« Excellent hotel with great service!!! »

Nothing but positive comments. Very helpful staff that, in contrast to a lot of Polish folk, speaks English excellent. Spacious and clean rooms, late check out without any problem nor cost, nice breakfast (for dinner I'd go out because I think you will find cosier options with great food and better prices) and good location.

« Spacious and comfortable rooms in a small town »

The building does not look promising but what a pleasant surprise - rooms are bright, well-lit and spacious. The edifice was revamped and reopened last year. Good location, close to the city centre. Perfect choice for business travelers on wheels.

    « Good hotel. »

Good Hotel, well placed for business in Plock, staff friendly and very helpful, rooms good, bed comfortable, restaurant good, special discount for hotel guests on weekends, breakfast, very good buffet, varied and tasty offering including freshly squeezed orange juice (do it yourself). A short walk away is the old town square, Stary Rynek, choice of traditional restaurants, well worth a visit.

    « Simply perfect »

P?ock is a small town, we didn't expect much, but this hotel turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Freshly renovated, free parking, free wifi, superb service, very good breakfast, lunch and dinner/drinks - what more can a guest ask for? Highly recommended for its central location. Try facial or massage - Sandra is professional and prices are great.

    « Really good hotel! »

The Hotel conditions are pretty new, and the people working in the hotel are wonderful. The rooms are also confortable. The food is good. They have just added some meats in the menu that are very tasty. I have been really good there.

    « Bargain »

I was slightly apprehensive about the hotel given the low cost and I had not visited Plock previously. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was modern, (very) clean and welcoming. Reception areas and restaurant are bright and airy and the bedrooms large with every basic amenity catered for. To be honest I would not have complained if I'd have paid double the room rate - this is probably the best value hotel I ever stayed in. Highly Recommend.

    « Mixed thoughts »

On one hand this hotel is new and the rooms are therefore great. In the other hand the bedroom I had was next to a smoker which shouldn't have been a problem. But the electrical sockets in my room by the bed appeared to be sucking all of the smoke from the two people apparently sitting in bed smoking and filling my room. My room has a big no smoking sign in it... Then a 3.40am I heard a huge banging. Someone hammering on door. This went on and on and on. No shouting, just thumping on a door. Not in panic, just like a drunk person wanting to wake up a colleague. Lastly the bathroom shelf above the rather tiny sink means you can't shave and wash your face without banging your head and covering the floor with water. Lastly the sink plug wouldn't release even when accessed from underneath... So, some things the owners of the hotel could do something about and something that reflects the type of clientele attracted to here...

« Very nice on all counts »

Visited here on business whilst we were performing at the Theatre right next to the hotel! So it was a fantastic location for us and it was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our tour of Poland. There was no kettle in the room but they were more than happy to provide one when asked. Clean, spacious and very pleasant staff and a good breakfast with lots of choice. We were very pleased with our stay.

    « Very good hotel »

As a typical Best Western, this hotel deserve its 4 stars. The mini bar is the only thing that could help the hotel to become quite perfect for business travels. The rooms are very comfortable with a big bathroom. Receptionists very kind and good restaurant.
