    « Great stay!!!! »

Very good customer service and clean grounds and rooms. I highly recommend. First checked in at a Travel Lodge next to this hotel and left within 10 mins because of the filth..went right down the road to Best Western and thank goodness its was clean and had awesome staff. I highly recommend.

« A hotel with a heart as big as Texas! »

I recently stayed at this Best Western because I was in town for a conference. I had never been to Texas before and I was very excited. When I checked in, I was very pleasantly surprised by my hotel room. The room was a good size, complete with a microwave, refrigerator and a couch and small table. As I was staying for 4 nights, I was very happy to have all of these accommodations, as I knew I was going to be ordering in food and I was happy I wasn't going to have to eat on my bed! The shower was full of hot water and had great pressure! The bed was huge and comfortable. The room was always clean and tidied up when I got back each night from the conference. The REALLY big surprise I had was the free breakfast every morning! I was expecting bagels, oatmeal and some kind of fruit (the traditional free breakfast for most hotels). To my tummy's excitement, there was a HOT, DELICIOUS breakfast every morning that consisted of some kind of eggs, a breakfast meat (usually sausage AND bacon), and biscuits or bread of some kind. There were also waffle makers, bagels, juice and fruit. And oatmeal. You could tell that these people really cared about theirs guests and didn't just go halfway with their amenities! Speaking of the people... everyone there was SO nice and hospitable. I really appreciated it as my schedule was a little crazy with the conference I was going to. And the person that deserves the most credit was Dolly, who runs things there. She is an angel on earth. This woman went completely out of her way for myself and the rest of us that were attending this conference. She made sure we had transportation to and from and even went so far as to drive us in her own car to take us to one of her favorite local places (none of us were from Texas) during a dinner break we had! She was kind and caring and I was deeply grateful to have such a friendly face to look forward to seeing every morning. She even gave us her cell phone number so we could call if we had any troubles. If everything else at this hotel had been awful (which it definitely wasn't!), I would come back her simply because of Dolly. To put it simply, this hotel made my first stay in Texas something to remember!

« Old fashined outside, good amenities inside »

When looking the outside it seems like a motor hotel, but suites are nicely renovated with all ammenities, even two tvs and a small living room. Very easy to access and cross the street to a mall. Close to airport.

« Two nights for house hunting »

Although the hotel was very comfortable and the staff and their care was great, will never come back to stay this location again. Driving around the highways, especially for a non Texan, is absolute hell!! The beds were to soft and pillows too thick, making the sleep quite uncomfortable.

    « Excellent Staff »

Loved the staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean, our room was on the back side of the hotel and the road noise was very loud day or night and made it hard to sleep. Price was really good.

« Best Western N.E. Mall Inn and Suites An Excellent Place to Stay in Cowboy Country Dallas Fort Worth Area »

For those looking for a good value for money place to stay when in Cowboy Country Dallas Fort Worth area, Best Western N.E. Mall Inn and Suites along Airport Freeway is an excellent location to stay should you have several locations in mind and or have experienced staying in other hotels. The Best Western N.E. Mall management is proactive in keeping their premises clean and well kept despite the very reasonable prices of their rooms. They provide free shuttle service to the airport and to locations within DFW area. The swimming pool and rooms are very clean and are well maintained. The rooms smell clean, have very good hot water pressure, good room lighting, the carpets are well maintained, with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair drier, bath tub, TV, and are well sized. Front Lobby has 24-hour coffee, tea and chocolate drink. Housekeeping is very generous with supplies and other support items. The complimentary breakfast is above average and is eat all you can. The staff is generally friendly (Dolly, Philip, Jovy, Cory, Juan) and are very accommodating of guest special requests, though there is one guy named Ram who needs to improve on attitude. He thinks he needs to impose upon the guests what they ought to do when doing the shuttles. Over-all, the place is very conveniently located along Texas 183 or Airport Freeway and is very near the Northeast Malls, Target, Walmart, and good places to eat. Those who might need a little help navigating to this excellent location in Cowboy Country, Google Maps and Waze are convenient Apps to easily get you there. Happy stay...

    « Friendly staff »

Had a two weeks goodtime! Very nice and friendly staff, special mention to jovelyn, phillip and juan,, will miss you guys, needs improvement on shuttle van,,, the service is quite old, they were doing repair works during my stay,,,

« Friendly staff, room smelled like smoke »

Overall it was a good stay, friendly staff and breakfast was actually pretty good too. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke and the people next to us made a lot of noise very early in the mornign and smashed their window. Nothing the motel could have done about that short of calling the police so I can't hold that against them. I probably won't stay at this particular BW again but I will consider other BW locations in the future.

« This place is awesome! »

So many positives! The Team! Very polite and helpful. Dolly, Jaleasa, Chris and Cory....just a few superstars to mention. Housekeeping was awesome! ..loved it! Exceeded expectations!! THANK YOU TO ALL!

    « Needs work »

Should have left while I had the chance. Our room was musty smelling. It seemed as if everything was dated and needs a general overhaul. Our door was not sealed to the outside. Our bathroom was so tiny you could hardly turn around. The bathroom door needed total replacing as it stuck and the hinges were rusty. The only thing nice was the ability to access our venue easily.

    « Uncomfortable beds »

Short weekend trip. Room was clean, but uncomfortable bed. Nice people, food looked good, but did not get to eat. Bathroom furnishings were old. I usually stay at Best Western, but probably would not stay at this one agin.

    « Texas 2016 »

We stayed at this hotel for an entire week; our stay was very comfortable; grandsons enjoyed our pool-side room, the breakasts suited everyone's taste and was delicious....staff very friendly and helpful.

    « Family Vacation »

We stayed here for a day && I will definitely be going back every time I go to the area! It was very clean very comfortable && the front desk guy Chris was AMAZING! Anything we needed he helped us out with & made us feel at home! Its employees like this that make the stay even better! Love this place!

    « good-stayed for a week »

Needed to stay somewhere for a week or so until I found something more long term, as I am in town as a travel nurse. I would recommend this place. The room was clean, had a small pool and hot tub and the other guests seemed to be a mix of people staying for work and families on vacation. Free breakfast, free laundry. Microwave and fridge in room. Awesome front desk clerk-Chris. When I first went to check in, the room was a little musty (someone shut the air off in 100 degree weather). Chris promptly gave me a different room. I got there after housekeeping was gone and he got me some laundry soap. He also gave me great advice on the area. Rare to find such a great work ethic these days.

    « A must stay! »

Had business in Arlington and this hotel is located perfectly, didn't have to worry about staying in a busy city, was able to stay somewhere quiet, away from the noise, and was an easy daily trip to Arlington, Fort Worth, and Dallas. This hotel has it all, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and its incredibly quiet. A must stay for anyone who is on a business trip.

« Not happy with the stay at this Best Western »

I've already given my dissatisfied comments - I have nothing more to say, except I probably won't stay at a Best Western again - at least not this one. Room stunk, staff was not really friendly. My credit card was compromised and I had to cancel my credit card.

    « Relocating »

I am relocating to the Dallas area. I've stayed in a few Best Western Properties and so far they have been good choices. I can tell the difference in the properties that I choose especially when it comes to the area that they are located kind of determined how well kept and professional they are. I've stay in Addison, Iriving near the DFW airport, and this one North Richland Hills and I will say Addison is really nice because it is more upscale. Overall I'd choose Best Western chain of hotels for my budget and I've been pleased with my decision.

    « Pet friendly »

Very nice, comfortable grounds with lots of grass and trees, perfect for having a dog. Room was very quiet, clean. Breakfast was great. The refrigerator had a freezer so we could freeze our ice packs for traveling the next day.

« Great place to stop over »

We always try to stay at BW's. This BW was again excellent the service the room the breakfast all excellent. It was close to great restaurants shopping and the airport. Would stay here again, the only negative was the road construction in the area.

    « Friendly Staff »

The lobby area is really nice and updated, the rooms however are stuck in the 80's. I had a king with a sleeper sofa however there was no matress, which made the sofa unable because you sank to the floor. The complimentary breakfast was good.

    « Nothing Fancy »

The hotel staff is great, breakfast was good, property is a little dated, the lobby area is really nice. The room need to be updated. My room had a king with a sleeper sofa with no sleeper in it so you couldn't use the sofa.

    « Flight Canceled! »

I arrived with my husband late at night and was referred from Dallas airport to this hotel with a voucher. The guy that worked the front desk Josh was very friendly and got stress off us. He checked us in really fast. Very friendly and professional. Our flight was early that morning, we only got probably 3 hours of sleep but better than sleeping in airport. He also had a cab waiting for us like he promised when checked in. If I was to visit the Dallas area besides a canceled flight I would stay here again. Beds are comfy and rooms are nice. And the night guy is very friendly. Thanks for your service.

« Candria is the BEST!!! »

While the hotel is basic, Candria is the BEST!!! I was recently placed there during a horrendous airline experience and after 20 hours of travel, and not being my most tolerant, she was so pleasant and helpful & efficient, I couldn't help but smile. I was there for only 4 hours and in the 5 minutes she took to settle me in, she had a close and safe room, a wake up call and a cab arranged for me. She even credited my rewards points and packed me a handy breakfast to go! She was an angel and I hope her supervisors treat her like the gem she is. Hotels are just rooms, it's your staff that make the difference to customers like me! Thank you again, Candria :)

« why stay to anywhere else »

sure you can spend more money --more luxury- but for a great place to stay --fantastic full hot breakfast-safety- and a consistency of good prices and comfort with a good breakfast , you cant beat BEST WESTERN

« Wonderful place to stay! »

Right From the start. Everyone was very friendly and ready to make our stay pleasant! The room smelled clean, without heavy chemical smells that many hotels use to cover up odors! The beds were very comfortable, with a variety of pillows! Hot breakfast every morning. The hot tub and pool, very relaxing! I will stay here every time I'm in this area! Convenient to restaurants and shopping! Wonderful stay!

    « Not a Good Hotel, not Echo-Friendly »

I am a diamond-level Best Western customer so I know a great many BW hotels, but this hotel just doesn't qualify as one. The staff were great and helpful, but the hotel just didn't feel right. Breakfast which is usually not that great at BW hotels in this country was just subpar, the room didn't feel clean, but for me personally the echo-unfriendly features were a total turnoff: a shower faucet was not single-lever pressure balanced which is against the code; the toilet was not 1.6 gpf which wastes a lot of water; barely used soap bars were replaced on the 2nd day of stay with new ones; the towels that were drying on the rack were replaced with new ones. I suppose the friendliness of the staff and location made the stay bearable. But I would not stay in this hotel again.

    « Satisfied »

You could put something in the air units to help them smell fresher. We needed a blanket for the pullout bed in the couch and they didn't have one? The breakfast is pretty good. You could add some boiled eggs and fresh fruit and then it would be a really good breakfast. The young man at the desk is really friendly and helpful and follows protocol very well. Over all rating is a seven. We stay there all the time.

    « Good nights stay »

Nice location. Good clean rooms. Could use some updating, but over all a good nice clean place to stay. We enjoyed the staff, breakfast, and clean rooms. Our stay was during the middle of the summer when the weather is plenty hot!!! The A/C in the room was on point. Made the stay very cool and relaxing.

    « Review »

My cousin and I went to Texas for Grandson graduation. We were there for 4 days on the 2nd day we went to the mall the Hotel said they had complementary transportation with in 5 mile so we made reservations the night before and they said the driver would pick us up at 12 noon we were in the lobby at 11:50 AM 12:15 no one was there so we went to the desk and asked where was the Van and we were told that it will be pulling up soon. After another 20 minutes we asked again and was told the manager would drop us off. Eventually he gave and while we were getting in the car he said that they wouldn't have time to come back and get but call the hotel and we'll let you know for sure. Well we did some shopping ate lunch and called the hotel and was told the driver was to busy and they came us the phone number to a taxicab driver he said he was with someone else so we waited until 6:30 PM to be picked up by a family member, got to the room and a don't disturb sign was in the door we looked at each other open the door room not cleaned and one of my pills on the floor then I opened my suitcase and my pills were visible and I always pack them up under my clothes so no one can see them I had enough to supply me for a week more and there were only 3 left called the front desk the owner was there and managers but they sent a clerk up to say that there will be an incident report written up on the person because they knew exactly who had done it because they had problems with her before so why is she still here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the next day went down for breakfast @ 7:30 PM and they were out of milk, syrup, butter, eggs and sausage along with other things.

    « Lock Your Door »

The location/price are ok but you get what you pay for. I had 4 people bang on my door during the middle of the night (from 2:00-4:00 am) looking for "stuff". Not trying to sound like a jerk but I'm pretty sure there were either prostitutes or dealers 2 rooms down. I contacted the front desk but nothing happened. I've stayed at a number of hotels since I travel for the military but I've never had anything like this. The hotel didn't feel safe and it didn't help that people were knocking on my door looking for whatever they were trying to get to.

« BEWARE: Not much "BEST" here. »

Stayed 5/11-16, Rm 139. Booked & paid 1wk in adv, non-refund & no changes. Lobby, outside, & Brkfst area are nice; However ... Room had odor, so sprinkled baking soda next day. Coffee maker & pot not cleaned after last guest - had mold & gnats. Took them 2hrs to respond, & Maint simply switched pot to vacant room nxt dr. Killing gnats entire stay! TV Remote dead. Frt desk had to call someone & got voicemail. Language barrier, & didn't know where to find 2 batteries. Pool locked, even tho temp was 90 @ 5pm! Locked still next day. Opened 3rd day. Fitness room access lock defective, as was Ldry Rm latch. Trees @ corners attract honeybees, & wasp nest under stairwell. Trash can @ stairwell & pool entry never emptied - loaded w/ gnats! Domestic quarrel by young couple 1st night in parking lot. Desk notified - No response. Room door will not close from outside without having to slam shut. Bthrm door crooked & won't fully close. Bthtub Shwr drain slow & builds up 4" water during Shwr. Hwy 183 & Airport Rd very noisy, & local streets in & out very confusing, even w/ GPS. Hotel name is misleading - NE Mall is on opposite side of Hwy 183 & Airport frontage roads. Met some nice business & older travel couples, but seen some real unsavory types too. Seems like a stopover turnaround for drug traffickers out of TN. Overall, BW needs to review their License agreement w/ this location. NEVER AGAIN!

    « Awesome »

Great experience would recommend to anyone. Very clean I didn't have to question wether or not I should or should not touch something employees were really nice prices were suitable considering the conditions of the rooms almost felt like home

    « Great Value »

This room was an excellent value. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!! I would stay here again, the location was great close to the mall and airport. I was pleasantly surprised!!

« Good value and great staff! »

Loved the room, cleanliness, affordability, accessibility, and staff. The walls being thin was a minor issue but still a great value. Avoid the back of the hotel space if security is a concern. I would stay again.

    « Comfortable Stay »

The staff at this Best Western provided personal attention and a friendly atmosphere upon arrival, breakfast, and departure. Great hot breakfast with waffles, omelets, and a variety of cereals and pastries. The hotel is close to NE Mall and DFW Airport. Rooms have exterior entrances rather than a hallway type setup.

    « Worth the stay »

Easy access to everything once you figure out the roads.Very nice place with very helpful staff.Only problem was handled quickly.Centrally located to reach everything we intended to do.If I ever visit area again I know where I`m staying.Treated us real good.

    « Wonderful Stay »

I came a very long distance to your hotel. I thank you for all your hard work the rooms where clean and the food was great. When i travel back for business I will be sure to stay with you again. If you I am sorry I had to miss the opening of the pool. But I will be sure to stay at this Best Western when I return to Texas. I thank the staff and all the wonderful people who work there.

« OK, but not deserving of 4-stars »

Not impressed with the lumpy beds, or the check in process. We arrived after the 3:00 check in time and were told it was not their fault our room was not ready. They had a bus that left late. Steps to second floor are very steep and narrow. We did not see an elevator anywhere which would have been very helpful. Room was very clean, but dated. Overall would I stay there again? Maybe.

    « Do Not Reccommend »

I do not recommend staying at this Best Western. Check in was okay no complaints. When we tried to enter our room with the key, the key would not work so we had to walk back to the check in desk and get a new key. Once we were in our room, the lights beside the bed, both sides, did not work. The bathroom faucet had a steady stream of water running and we could not get the water to shut off. I reported the problems to the front desk. It was reported back to us that everything had been fixed. The lights worked but the bathroom faucet still leaked. I reported it again. We were told the faucet was fixed a second time. However, it was not. I gave up and didn't bother reporting it again. As a result, there was a steady stream of water that ran in the bathroom faucet our entire stay, four nights. I am an environmental conscious person and it really made me angry that all that water was being wasted. The room was cramped. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. We had a king size bed that was very uncomfortable. The WiFi worked occasionally but was not reliable.

    « Lovely stay »

The location was great for me. The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. Loren, at the front desk, was excellent and extremely pleasant. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call to verify that my room met with my approval.

    « Recuperation Stay »

Excellent location relative to Southlake, TX. Family member recuperating from surgery, exterior doors and immediate parking were very handy. Room was well insulated, there was no freeway noise in spite of the close proximity.

    « Satisfied customer »

My stay at Best Western was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The employees were so cordial and had great attitudes. Everything was great. I didn't want to leave. Best hotel stay by far!

    « Excellent »

For a Best Western room we were highly satisfied with the room and the staff was very friendly. The room was more than expected very nice furniture, comfortable bed nice free breakfast, I will definitely book this hotel again.

    « Traveling with kids »

Comfortable, clean and spacious. My family and I travel a lot and we stay here often since my daughter plays travel softball and this room is close to most locations. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Worth the stay.

« Good value for the money »

We stayed here for just over 3 weeks in a 2 room suite while our new house was being completed. The quality of what you get for the money is excellent. This property is located on a VERY busy highway interchange and there is a lot of road noise. The further back from the highway the less there is. We happened to get a room very near the highway. The staff here is good and attentive, especially the Dir of Sales.

    « Customer Service Capitol »

Dolly was the most accommodating caring manager I have ever come across. And it definitely shows in her staff. I travel with students and that can sometimes turn off other hotels. Not this one! From reservation to check out everyone made it very clear how excited they were to have us (even giving my students candy)! I travel very often for work, staying in hotels at least a few times a month and I can say this was easily the best stay I've ever had. The king bed was mighty comfortable as well.

« Don't plan on Cooking in the Kitchenette »

The kitchenette is empty. No plates, no pans, no bowls, no glasses, no cooking utensils. So if you can't bring everything yourself, just plan on using the microwave and the one-cup coffee maker because the kitchen has nothing but counter space and a sink.

    « nice trip . »

Every things was good. I would like to visit fort worth and stay in this hotel. I would like to say thank you for all in best western. The hotel provide the shattel all time. The price was very good compare to hotel service.

    « Good team »

I'm from the Middle East but the team of hotel was so good to be help us where to go and what is best place in Fort Worth to visit. I would like to say it is the best safety and security I have seen it.

« My first time to stay here! »

This was the first time I stayed here. The rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with extras, such as printing directions for nearby gas station. The continental breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very quiet, even though the hotel is near the freeway.

    « Travel stay »

This is a nice hotel for its price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived close to midnight last week. Was on our way to Shreveport. Got tired needed a stay over. We walked in was greeted by young man named Joshua. The check in process was fast and easy. He accommodated my needs what i was looking for also made me feel as if i was at home.Very friendly staff!!! The only down fall of the stay was the TV goes in and out of signal. Other than that this hotel has good breakfast and room stay. I would so come back if i was in that area.

    « Pleasantly Surprised »

This little hotel really had all the right things, the bed was the most comfortable that Ive experienced in a long time. And I travel frequently at some of the best hotels.. The breakfast offered was perfect. Not to skimpy yet not over the top.

« "Noisy freeway hotel, misleading description" »

Do not stop at a market for something to cook if you have reserved a KITCHENETTE! To me this implies a stovetop or oven, this only had the standard microwave and fridge which every hotel/motel room comes with standard. This was advertised as a suite/kitchenette and yes it was a roomy and clean suite but the kitchenette part is false! Save yourself $40.00 and get a standard room, with all of the above. I trust Best Western and this is a bit slimy advertising. The frozen pasta I was going to pan fry (with my own pan) was left in their fridge as there was no way to cook it or bring it with me. The check in process took half an hour because the clerk was looking at someone else's reservation and kept insisting I booked thorough expedia, which I assured her I never do. I had to call customer care at the toll free number and have him speak with her! This place was just trippy.

« Will not be returning »

I came to this hotel as an emergent basis for a personal matter. I received an initial quote for 3 days. I came back later to see if the rate would change and even looked up the rates online. The front desk clerk informed me that the rate would not change for my stay. After checking out, I received my receipt to find that I had been charged well over $20 the quoted rates online(actual best website). I then stayed another night because it was the closest to my hotel. Informed the staff that I would be checking in early after I got off work and would be checking out that evening and asked for a quote for the room. Initially the manager, I'm assuming, told me that I could stay for half the price, I signed all of my paperwork and my card was charged. They apparently weren't listening. Once I told them I was checking out after noon, they immediately changed the rate. i even called prior to coming, spoke with the manager who gave me the quote. Then when I go to check out, the front desk clerk is trying to charge me for an extra night and informed me that I had to come back in the morning to check out because she didn't know how to check me out. I have been going through enough in my life and this hotel was not very accommodating or respectful to me. I will not be returning to this hotel and I will definitely tell everyone that I know to stay away. It seems that no one knew what they were doing.

    « Thank you! »

Where we stayed was awesome. It was in the middle of a lot of things. The only thing we didn't really care for was that we had to go all the way around things just to get to the other side of the bridge.

« Best for the price!! »

This was a fantastic hotel at an average hotel price. The rooms were great and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for good value without giving up comfort.

« Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. »

Rooms recently renovated. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. The only problem we had was access for our friend who is disabled. There was a hump in the sidewalk and a step up to the door of her room that was difficult to negotiate. Great breakfast bar. Everything was freshly made. Fluffy scrambled eggs, salsa, pastries, grits, waffles, and crisp bacon. Well done!

« poor management and allocation of personnel to address room cleaning. »

We were put up in this hotel by temporary housing for our insurance company from a house fire. The first night they put us in a king bed suite since it was the only one available. We were supposed to have been in a double queen suite but it was not cleaned. We were told it would be available first thing in the morning. It was not, then told it would be available by 3, it was not. The manager then told us the cleaning crew was on break and would be back to work in a few minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes they had not even started on the room. This was to be a several week rental. you would have thought they would have been more inspired to keep us. We had to have the temp housing move us to another location due to the lack of service. We sat out front for another 30 minutes while another room was located and the room was still not done when I went back in to inform the hotel we would not be using them.

« I love are stay. We had the sweet they have a Jacuzzi very nice very nice very comfortable st we reall to have with your »

This place is very nice very comfortable very quiet staff is excellent and the rooms are unbelievable in reasonable we had the suite with a Jacuzzi very nice we were very pleased and we will come back every again and again and again again

    « Great place! »

We had a wonderful experience. Lauren was fun and helped us check in smoothly, plus he called to make sure our room was to our satisfaction once we'd gotten settled. Check out was a breeze! The room was clean, decor was decent, bed was comfy and everything worked properly. Just what we've come to expect when staying at any Best Western, they generally do a great job!

    « Great location »

We always stay in one of the double rooms that have been converted to a suite. Perfect for the three of us. The staff makes you feel right at home. The breakfast area has been remodeled making breakfast a lot more enjoyable with the added room.

    « Pretty good stay »

The stay was pretty good overall. Rooms are nice and fairly clean. The bed was a little hard but everything else was good to go!!! Breakfast can use some improvement, but was ok. I would stay in this hotel again if I had to. Really close to a lot of places to eat and shop. Also really close to the highway so you get some highway noise if your room is in the front of the building. Nice and quite if you are near the back!!!

    « Great night rest »

Arrived around 8pm after a long road trip was greeted by the front desk clerk, checked in fast and upgraded to a suite with whirlpool. The room was clean and large. the whirlpool worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

    « Pet Friendly »

Easy access and good location to airport. Rooms are clean & beds very comfortable although there were cigarette burns in the throw on bed. Bathtub faucet dripped. The main reason I stayed was because it is one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area, I will definitely be staying again. Would like more grass area for dog to do it's business but not much they can do about that.

« Nice room, delicious breakfast!!! »

Very ralaxing time with a good service, really nice and clean room and extremely nice and delicious breakfast. Worth the stay!!! The locations is excellent, close to shopping mall and other good stores!

    « crappy area »

the area of the motel was hard to get to from the expressway and when i arrived the drive way block by a big truck the lady at the desk was on the phone for ten minutes and when she finally got to me she could barely speak English then she puts me in the very back of the motel where its being repainted and loud and it goes down from there

    « Hotel »

We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. We always stay at this hotel when we come and visit our kids that live in Colleyville. The staff was very helpful and our room was located close to the ice machine and everything went very well.

« This was a family get away »

The service was ok nothing to tell my friends about. I would only recommend this hotel if there is no other place available. I felt like I was being accused of stealing towels only because they didnt have us down as a family of 4. the let out couch did not work we found that out later that what we were being told over the phone is one thing and when we got to the hotel everything was totally different for example we asked about the shuttle over the phone when we asked about the shuttle at the hotel they told us the shuttle do not transport guest. I feel like when reservations are being booked everyone needs to be on board with the same story.

    « Nice and convenient »

We were in town for a commercial shoot that my son was booked for. This hotel was so close to the shoot site which made it so convenient for us to come and go throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable and room was clean and fresh-smelling. Considering it was right by the freeway, it was exceptionally quiet inside the room at night.

    « Convient Hotel »

the easy of the freeway system and closeness of the Dallas/Fort Worth area was all with in 20 to 30 minute drive. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast layout was easy to maneuver and well stocked. Coffee was great.

    « OK »

The hotel was OK. I was disappointed that the rooms opened to the outside. I was not aware of this when the reservation was made. Our secretary made the reservation. I was accompanying students to a conference and was not excited that they would have outside entrances. We had suites at the back that were very spacious. The breakfast area was small but the breakfast itself was good.

« Great room at great price »

Did not have a reservation walked in to lobby which was spotless and smelled fresh. Lady at desk was very helpful and friendly professional way she gave me the senior discount. After I told her I was in town for a church meeting she redid the cost giving me a church discount which was more than the senior discount. All the staff extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms very clean.

« Very nice, clean, along with accommodating staff. »

Simple appointments, very pristine, fine queen sized mattress, ample kitchenette, plenty of towels. One hight shift staff member went far beyond the call of duty, upon our arrival, to fix a door lock problem.

    « PM Hockey Stay »

Joni was awesome! True asset to the property, saw her run the desk, breakfast, and checkout! She was instrumental on the success of our stay! Really appreciate the use of the meeting rooms and if TV and computer cables were available for game video review it would be amazing! Will be back!

« Not The "Best" Western..Not The Worst.. »

My group of four booked a room for two nights. Check-In: It was easy and the front desk clerk was very nice. The Room: The curtains could use an upgrade and I say that, because this is a hotel where the room doors are facing the outside, therefore; the light peeked in all around the closed curtains creating a soft, orange glow all night long. There was also about 1/2 inch of space that light came through the door. The beds, on the other hand, were very comfortable and there were 2 soft pillows provided for each person. Bathroom: The sink area wasn't bad with a little instant coffee maker on the counter (not really needed since the front desk already had brewed coffee with better creamer 24/7). There was also an ironing board, iron and blow dryer already included. The toilet and shower were separated with a closed door. That was nice so someone could be brushing their teeth while the other used the restroom. The actual size of the shower/ toilet area was a little cramped...smaller than some European restrooms I have seen. Late Night: After a long day of venturing out to our destinations, we returned in hopes of having a little room service snack. We found a laminated menu in the drawer and it showed that certain food items were available to order up until 4am. We called the phone number located on the menu and was told the restaurant that Best Western uses had already closed for the night. I believe it was about 11pm when we called. Either way, the staff needs to update the menus. Don't offer late night room service if you don't have it! Instead, we walked over to the front reception where they had a vending machine and an ice cream cooler. We learned that the vending machine was out of order. The ice cream machine was locked and only had 3 choices inside. It looked like it hadn't been stocked in a while. We were pretty desperate so we asked the clerk to open it up. When we made the comment that the other places around there weren't open, the night clerk tried to tell us we could have gone to a 7-11 to get ice cream. While she did help us by opening the ice cream cooler it seemed that she was a little put off by having to do so. We were all tired and just wanted a late night snack. So, we sat there trying to lift the baskets up over the ice-crusted sides in order to get to the ice cream that was on the bottom of the cooler. We were finally able to liberate it with a little force! Breakfast: The next day, breakfast was served from 7am to 10am. We arrived at around 8:30am and just about everything had run out. The plastic silverware was empty and there were no napkins. After waiting for 20 minutes everything was slowly refilled. The waffle maker was probably the BEST part of the breakfast offerings. There was a DIY station with some strawberry toppings, whipped cream or choice of just plain syrup. Day #2: Breakfast went better as there were two employees working to make sure items were put out quickly. When we got back to the room and started packing up, housekeeping came by and wouldn't stop knocking on the door until we answered. She asked us if we wanted her to clean up the room and we just told her we would be leaving soon so she decided to come back later. What if we had been in the shower? That was a little annoying. Overall, the stay was average; not the best and not the worst.

« Room clean and staff nice »

We have stayed here before and all was well. Sadly we had a large barking dog next to us and had to be moved midstay, made the mistake of eating breakfast too early as the training crews who stay here on a regular basis pretty much clean it out. The staff is accommodating and friendly, did their best to find a room for us even though they were pretty much full.

    « excellent hotel »

very helpful staff throughout my stay, starting at check in as I was upgraded, breakfast staff helpful again, check out again helpful, including ideas on things to do on my next stop off in Dallas. overall a very good hotel and one of the better Best Westerns I have stayed in.

    « Great Place »

Everyone seems to take a special interest in making sure my stay is enjoyable and comfortable. I feel I'm given special care by Joni and others here. The location is perfect for my business in the area.

« King set. jetted tub not working »

I would not recommend his hotel. A problem approx. 1130p w/ jetted tub did not work. There was one person at the desk. he said he called for assistance r/t the tub not working and did not get a call from management. Prob. fixed next day but We were unable to use what we paid for. The door key had to be reprogrammed many times. The TV remote battery not working. The AC in the other half of the suite smelled moldy, so I turned it off immediately. The night clerk suggested we would get a room rate adjustment. management refused to adjust the rate. He said "maybe I can give you some points" but refused to reduce the rate. The walls/doors were so thin you heard footsteps or sneezes outside the door. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. i booked online so I could not change my reservation. Entrance to your room is outside and I won't do that again. Breakfast was served far away from main lobby. No indication at check in where or why it would be so far in the back. No signs or directed from clerk as to how to locate it either.

Everything was good until the ac unit went out in one of the rooms, but they did get us in another room immediately. Also there was some kids running around the vehicles and wasn't for sure if they were guests as well.Other than that everything else was good. They even let us swim longer when we first arrived, due to us getting in so late. Breakfast was good.

    « Clean but noisy »

We stayed her in July for 3 days and had no issues with noise. This time our room was closer to the highway and we had to turn up the air conditioner to drown out the highway. We had no issues with the lobby and breakfast area being under construction. Wish I could see it when it is done. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
