Best Western Executive Inn

Both being smokers, my guest and I had decided to reserve here as a smoking room was available, per owners site. Yin arrival had to be told that there were no rooms available that allowed smoking. We knew it was to be a cold night and we're trying to avoid that. Highly disappointed.

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff at check in and a great location for alot of things to do. I used my points for this stay so not really sure what they charge for a night to compare that to anything.

Very convenient location. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Easy access to major highway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean large room, Nice lobby, elevator if needed, sufficient breakfast.

The room smelled the night clerk was rude, especially when Zi had to go back because the keys he gave me didn't work. He didn't apologize but tried to tell me I was putting it on wrong, which I was not. The sink drained poorly, the towels and wash clothes were dingy. Just not a good stay at all. If we hadn't arrived so late I would have left and demanded a refund. The breakfast was disgusting as well except for the waffles that you made yourself. The yoghurt was 3 weeks past it's expiration date. I had just stayed at a Best Western the night before in Saint Clareville, Ohio the night before and it was awesome.

we were there to play in a softball tournament the hotel was close to were we was playing and close to places to eat it was a very nice hotel quick in and outs for the highway and the staff was fantastic

My family & I were traveling through. Prebooked a smoke FREE, pet FREE room. We got this room & it smelt heavily of smoke & there was what we assume dog hair ALL over the floor. That or someone is shedding a concerning amount of hair. I have two young kids that wanted to play after sitting in the car. While I went to tell the front desk of this, my husband let the kids olay on the floor... which all I got was an, "oh sorry." No, hey let me send someone to finish cleaning the room or switch you rooms. When I went back to my room, my kids were FILTHY! Feet & legs black from the floor. So of course we had to bath them. Well, there was no drain plug. So seeing as front desk was no help with the cleanliness, we figured they'd be useless with a plug. My husband had to put his hand over the drain while I washed the kids up. I'd NEVER recommend staying at this location. I originally planned on stopping there on our way home as well, but no way. Canceled it.

The hotel is old, more like a motel. The room was clean. The bathroom was small, sink was inside the room. The kitchen was extremely small, not enough room for a group of people. We didn't even try and eat there, we went elsewhere. There were a group of 8 of us and we would not have been comfortable. This is not a location I would stay in the future.

The hotel is located within walking distances of many restaurants and gas stations. There is a Wal-Mart right across the street. It also has parking for large vehicles in the back. It is very clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

The room was dirty. The bathroom door had something sticky and brown all over it. One of our beds we pulled the covers down had daritos in it. We made a reservation for a non smoking but once we arrived they said sorry all we have is smoking rooms. The pool was absolutely disgusting.

Room was stinky and very damp. Beds were very uncomfortable and loud. Sheets had stains. Smoke detector had been covered with a plastic bag. Long dark hairs found in the shower. Pool was not working and it seems has not worked for a year or longer. Breakfast area is way too small for the size of the hotel. All breakfast food was microwaved. There was a very loud mechanical sound all through the night, making it very hard to sleep. Very overpriced for what we received.

Our room met our needs for a night on the road. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Carpet was maybe in need of more cleaning. Walls looked like they were recently painted. There was a spicy scent in the room and I couldn't tell if it was cleaning or cooking scent. Breakfast was ok tho the space was small. It had all the basics. Tv was fine. Bed was ok. Heater ok. Shower good. Staff was ok. One interesting point is that it has an EV charging station. We would stay here again if in the area.

In town for a wedding and not wanting to pay downtown Columbus prices, we opted for this lovely place through a third party. A mix-up with that entity delayed our check in (they sent wrong info to hotel), but two gracious desk staff quickly figured it out. Our room was spacious, clean, well-supplied with lighting (great for applying makeup!), micro-fridge, responsive HVAC, extra pillows, three sets of towels (good quality), nice linens. Shower gel and conditioning shampoo and hand soap all in wall dispensers. Full hot breakfast (okay, it was microwaved but still good quality), good machine coffee. Ample parking, easy access to interstate, shopping, dining. Owner put in an elevator a few years ago which made second floor access with luggage very easy. Staff? Excellent, personable, welcoming. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a good location right off the highway to access Columbus environs. Being right off Stringtown Rd in Grove City has many advantages for ease of dining, groceries, and general shopping, that wherever you're headed for while at this hotel, it's easy. The sleeping room has an under-the-counter refrigerator and microwave, nice shower, and comfortable beds. If you're planning to visit with family within the room, it isn't suitable - but for staying multiple days with plans to entertain elsewhere, this is a good, reliable, and reasonable choice.

Very convenient for all things needed. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Had one problem with shower head. Reported it to front desk and within the hour they were there to fix the problem.

The stay was pretty good. Bed had a broken spring so it was really loud but otherwise fine. Water pressure is great and the water was HOT. Somehow I got a smoking room but the service person at the desk corrected it for me. I am allergic to anything that has come in contact with smoke. He managed to get me a nonsmoking room. The pool was closed. Big disappointment. It wasn't stated anywhere just on the window at the front desk. I would have picked a different place because I always enjoy a pool at a hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. There was eggs, sausage and potatoes. A waffle maker and various toppings and seasonings. Coffee was actually decent as well.

First of all the room was nice and clean. After that it goes down hill, especially the elevator. Hallways were dirty and in need of a facelift. No more than an overnight stop. Close off the Interstate 44.

The Best Western was well-priced, clean, and efficient. I checked in at 1:00 am and got a very good night's sleep. The breaskfast options were excellent, and everything was layed out in an orderly fashion at the breakfast station. If you are 'on the move,' this Best Western was exceptional for quick and timely service, breakfast, and for getting back onto the expressway almost immediatly!

Clean hotel with breakfast. Comfortable bed. Amenities included soap and body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Good for one-night stay. Location is good, close to fast food options. It has Tesla destination charger.

Checked in the hotel only to find hair (lots of hair) in the bedsheets. Told the clerk the room was unacceptable and she issued another. We requested non smoking and the room smelled of smoke. I told the clerk about this and she insisted the room was non smoking, however that changed when I showed her pictures of cigarette burns in the bedspread. All the bedspreads are outdated and stained. We should have went elsewhere, but it was late and we were'nt sure we would find another hotel available

We have stayed here on previous occasions our our way to Texas for the winter. The hotel is close to some good restaurants that are easily accessible on foot. There is also a Walmart, BestBuy and other stores nearby. The rooms are clean and the amenities very good. The internet is strong and the breakfast choices are good. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again.

We stayed here while traveling with family, and it was a good value and adequate for an overnight stay. Seems to be an older property that has had cosmetic updates, but we noticed some signs of age and wear. However, the room was nice and clean. During recent travel, I have wiped down high-touch surfaces with a disinfecting wipe, and I was pleasantly surprised that the room was already very clean. The breakfast consisted of grab & go items (not a full, hot breakfast) but no complaints. Dottie at the front desk deserves recognition - she went above and beyond to accommodate us after a mistake had been made with our reservations!

The hotel was nice enough for the price and the staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean but absolutely wreak of smoke. My suitcase still smells like smoke almost a week later (and only staying 2 nights). A friend also had a room on the opposite side of the building and it smelled just as bad. The location was safe enough, but there was constant noise, horns honking, other guests being loud / obnoxious until 4am.

The rooms here were nice and seemed recently improved. My king room had ample space, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. The location is also convenient, and there are several restaurants in the immediate area.

We stayed in this motel as part of a 2-week road trip. We selected the Best Western, because we have had a lot of good stays at Best Western (including this trip). But this particular motel was the worst motel we stayed at this entire trip. We checked in late (around midnight). One of our two rooms was room 213 (I think). The smell of cigarettes was bad. It was a non-smoking room, but obviously someone had done a lot of smoking in the room. Because of the late hour, we decided to just leave the door open for a while and let it air out. Then after settling in, we started to notice mold on the dark carpet and on the walls. We cleaned the mold as well as we could with Clorox wipes and just left as early as we could in the morning. Probably should have asked for new rooms, but didn't have a lot of confidence that we would get anything better. Best Western should remove their name from this property. Room 213 should be gutted to the studs and carpet removed.

Outdated rooms. Carpet smelled, the linen, comfortor, and pillows were dirty. Complimentary breakfast came from the Dollar. No bottled water for the guest. Reservations was for 2 nights but I left because I couldn't take smell of the room or lay another night on the dirty sheets. Told front desk and she said she still had to charge me although I was not staying. Pay the extra to stay at cleaner hotel

The owner does not like strong opinioned women he came to the door to tell me i was wrong they had not started banging on my door at 8 am about moving to another room because we decided to stay over since i had gotten no rest and was not feeling well. When he couldnt bully me a told him conversation was over he was keeping me from packing to move i shut the door he banged on it again i told him he is not going to get me to argue with him he us keeping me from packing. He told me he didnt like me to go NO ROOM FOR ME. I explained not a hardship since i had been harrassed all day. Buyer beware. Culturally discriminating against women.

My family had a wonderful experience here, we ended up staying even longer than we had planned. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we could possibly need, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We would like to especially thank Dilip and Cathy for making our stay more comfortable!

Older looking two story hotel with stairs only. Rooms have exterior doors so we noticed more road noise than other hotels. Hotel was clean. Room was clean and quite roomy. Bed was comfy. A/C worked great. Bath counter was located in room area. Breakfast was OK. Out of several items and low on others. Only one staff to work the front desk and the breakfast bar. Very small breakfast area. Actual visit in May 2019.

The woman working front desk had a great attitude. She had calls coming in back to back and she handled my check in and the calls with a smile. She ashed for my input on location I would like for my room to be.

I have to preface with the fact that I don't give very many negative reviews. But we did not have a good night. We had three rooms for our family. The room was “redecorated” over time but it was older, mildew in spots and very dark feeling. My husband and I had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke very bad and there was clearly someone around us smoking as it would come in waves of being strong. The other two rooms smelled musty but not Smokey. Also not the motels fault but we had someone heavy footed pacing/walking very loudly and systematically for 2.5 hours before we went to bed and again starting at 7:20am. Hindsight we should have asked for a different room but I always have hope things will get better. We also ran out of toilet paper right after we got in the room, no spare. We had 2 towels for a 4 person room and when asked they had 1 extra towel left they in the motel could give us.

This is not a hotel, it is a motel; with individual entrances from the outdoors. Driving up to this place reminded me of a very old place that was retro-fitted. The rooms are not bad overall if you want something quick and cheap. It's just that on the BW site they may it sound rather plush. IT isn't and you should investigate it by reviews and figure out if it meets your needs. For one over-night it may suffice. Breakfast is in a very little cramped area with nary a place to sit. If there are more than two people trying to get a plate of anything, forget it. There are other places in the same area which may be a better choice. This one is okay, but it depends on what you want. I have to laugh that it says BW Executive Inn as if any execs would want to stay here!!!!!

Quiet and relaxing, A good place if you it quiet. their are lots of restaurants and stores close by. It's fifteen minutes to the Columbus airport. The swimming pool is closed in the Winter so you exercise in the gym

This hotel is excellent if you need to crash for one night while travelling. It's located right off the Interstate highway and there's lots of restaurants and shopping available. The decor is a little dated and dreary. The room was clean but smelled a little musty/smokey. Turning on the AC helped clear that up. The beds are very comfy but the bathroom space is so small and very cramped. For the price, it's adequate for a night.

Everything was average. The room was old and smelled but not horrible. Clean and plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok, bed was comfortable. Pet friendly and people were nice at the desk coming in and going.

My family and I stayed in this hotel on the fly after our room at another hotel was canceled. We had no where to stay so we began going to hotels nearby just to find a room for the night. Thankfully this hotel had a room available for us. The woman who checked me in could clearly see I was upset and was so nice to help me. I will be forever grateful for her helpfulness for my family and I. I do highly recommend this place to stay it's very convenient, clean and had a pool even. Will book this hotel again for any future trips back to Columbus area.

The room we requested smelled strongly of smoke, even though we had a non smoking room. The bed sheets had stains on them and they were covered in dirt. The service was terrible, the workers we rude and I will never stay at a Best Western hotel again!!!

Rooms smelled terrible. Very musky smelling or smoking room which we requested no smoking! Bedspreads had stains on them. Room was clean. My sons room smelled so bad of cigarettes that they stayed in my room.

Hotel staff friendly and courteous, Rooms were pretty clean. One downside is the Wi-Fi range was mediocre I had a few dropped connections during the 2 day stay but other than that it was a good stay..

Rooms were clean and had necessary items and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping us make changes to our plans. We have stayed her several times and will continue to go back. My wife is extremely happy with this place. Happy wife, Happy Life!

The staff are relaxed and pleasant and love conversation. And the rooms are clean and up to date. Most hotels have moved to non smoking but Best Western still has smoking and that is a major reason why I picked Best Western as my hotel of choice.

Stay away from this dump.!!!!!!!!! When we checked in, we inquired about getting first floor rooms, we only needed two on the first floor. We were told no, that there was none available even though in the morning they seemed empty. We were told when we initially called to check, that they had elevators available. And since I had just had a hip surgery a couple of months ago, it's something that I need. We travel with lots of gear we need to get to our rooms. When we arrived, were told the elevators had been out of service for months and we lug our heavy gear up the steps. The towels were smelly sandpaper rough, coffee and cups not replenished, sheets dirty. On top of this, one of the rooms had a toilet that wasn't working. In the morning, we go for “breakfast” with low expectations. I chose the waffle, good thing, as it's generally the safest as everything else is just frozen and thawed then put into food warmers. One of our group wanted to have the egg pucks, there was black hair right on top. It took two mentions to the “Clerk” to get them replaced, all she did was pull frozen “egg” pucks from a container, nuke them, and throw them back into the pan. The next morning, we saw one of the packs of bread slices, which were slices thrown into sandwich bags, was all moldy. When notified, the clerk said, “I just checked all of them”, if you had, you would've seen this. We chose to eat elsewhere those last two days. This was by far an “Executive Inn”, and by far a “Best” anythinng.

This BW is pretty small but it made our stay nice and quiet. Its situated 10min away from the city and has wal-mart & various food locations in walking distance. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. No problems during our stay. I would recommend especially since the prices were pretty cheap too.

We have stayed about 4 times as close to hospital our daughter is in..Room clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast better than expected for continental...Spray a little air freshener on curtains, bedspread, carpet..a little Febreze would help tremendously to reduce smoke odor as room clean otherwise..Staff very nice, professional..

We selected this hotel as it is pet friendly and right along the Hwy on our way from Canada to Mexico ... comfortable and well appointed room and good breakfast included in the price of the room. I was disappointed with the fact that when I booked and again when I checked in the room was listed as non smoking but when we got to our room it smelled badly of smoke and I found 2 ashtrays I in the room .... I felt like going to the front desk and ask for another room but we had been on the road for 10 hrs and opted to just go to bed!

My colleague and I stay at the Grove City Best Western on numerous occasions during our business trips and we're always happy and very comfortable during our stays. The rooms are very clean and roomy and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Thanks to all the staff for making our stays bearable while we're away, it's like our home away from home.

This was a good place to stay for an overnight, close to our friends, many restaurants nearby, easy to get in and out. Staff members were very friendly and answered all our questions. There is no elevator but we asked for a first floor room when we reserved and it was guaranteed and waiting for us when we arrived.

Best stay. Family away from home. No problems all just A++++ all the way. Very happy and comfortable. Thank you staff of Best Western Grove City Oh. The staff is caring, very clean and updated room. Happy all the way around. I travel a lot, and this motel is one of the more friendly and helpful places to stay.

Exceptionally clean, large king room with comfortable beds and pillows. Check in was friendly - apologetic when phone kept ringing, interrupting the check in process. Older motel but kept up nicely. Convenient location. Last two stays we were on the front side of the building. This time we were on the back side overlooking the pool. Both are fine, but the back seemed to be a little quieter. Good breakfast options. Check out was great - As Rewards customers, she realized we did not receive our welcome gift at check in, so she provided it as we checked out. It was perfect with water and snacks for our long trip heading south. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is extremely pet friendly and helpful to pet owners. The owner himself welcomed us and was inviting to our animals. Clean hotel with great staff, I enjoyed meeting and speaking to the owner who makes himself readily available.

it was Christmas night and we traveled from CT to OH and needed a hotel for one night. Yes, there was room at the inn. My husband and I were exhausted after driving for almost 10 hours with only turkey sandwiches to eat (no opened restaurants) when we pulled into the Best Western in Grove City. The lady on duty was very kind and helpful. She made sure the check-in process went quick and smooth and the price was perfect. It was great to get into our room and the bed was so comfortable. The next morning we left to continue our drive to Harrison, OH where we stayed in another Best Western. Happy New Year.

This hotel was a nice experience. It is very convenient to highways and family. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Had a hearty breakfast before hitting the highway. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The rooms are beautiful and functional. The WiFi is quick. The location is great. We were visit friends and there home close. The breakfast they said was continental was a full breakfast. they had eggs an sausage and hash browns plus waffles and creel.

While exterior room entrances may put you off, the room was well kept, up to date, breakfasts were good, staff was exceptional. Great value. Speedy, handy trip into downtown Columbus! Great selection of area restaurants, too!

Clean and comfortable place to spend th e night. I really appreciate that I was still able to get a king bed with corporate lodging. (Clc) And it was in a convenient location, right off the highway and close to a variety of dining options and shopping.

Compared to others in its price grouping this hotel had very nicely furnished rooms, good service, everything you expect to find in a breakfast and then some - well presented, vigilantly maintained and super clean.

I recently attended a Columbus blue jackets game versus Los Angeles kings over at Nationwide arena the best western executive inn was a 15 minute drive into downtown Columbus. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Currently there is construction going on nearby but it does not impede from the shops and restaurants nearby which are within walking distance.

Easy access from the highway. Hotel was average. Front desk person was very nice. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs were not good at all. The room was clean and the decor was ok. There is no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs be sure to request a main floor room.

The facility itself is not so bad. Scale of 1 - 10, I would say a 6. The guest rooms are older and I would have expected the BW EXECUTIVE Inn be a lot more modernized and fresh looking. The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast area was tiny and cramped. I did not have the breakfast at this BW as it just felt cramped and old. Maybe I am being too critical, but I expect more from the Best Westerns that are the EXECUTIVE level.

Had to make a last minute reservation at a local hotel after an allergic reaction to a cleaning supply at the house. The hotel was well maintained, the bed was nice, and the location was near enough to food sources as to not have to worry about what to eat in the early evening. As always, the breakfast offerings were good.

Hotel is in a great location with restaurant options and shopping very close. Room was clean and the hotel in general was in great shape. Close to the highway as well. There was road construction outside, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

This Best Western exceeded our expectations. Great quality, great price and a clean comfortable room. We normally stay in higher priced hotels and found this facility to be ever bit as good. Staff and amenities were excellent. Best Western has stepped up their game for sure.

Convenient to the interstate, our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, everything we wanted and reasonably priced. Inviting bedding, comfortable mattress and pillows. Housekeeping takes pride in their work. Perfectly adequate breakfast, fresh and nicely presented.

Good night's rest. Hotel personnel were efficient and got us checked in and out without delays. While the breakfast menu was pretty standard, it contained enough variety to be satisfying. The desk person made some suggestions as to places for dinner. We chose one and were very satisfied with the offering there.

Super location, this quiet hotel is tucked among all the amenities....good eats, drinks,and shopping. But a super value. As a plus, great staff of ladies at the front desk. Just a quick turn off the highway....very convenient!

My family of 4 stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - August 8th and 9th, 2017. Let me begin by saying we travel a few times a year - even if the trips are only for a few nights (we are from Canada, drove 3 1/2 hrs to visit the Colombus Zoo with our children on this mini getaway). I am a neat freak - want a clean place to sleep when we are away from home. Doesn't have to be fancy, but at least clean and tidy looking. This hotel went above and beyond cleanliness and in terms of service provided. We checked in at approximately 5:30-6pm. A front desk staff member by the name of Dottie or Dotty checked us in. She was extremely sweet, very friendly and offered me a couple of great tips for the hotel and surrounding area. You can tell this woman enjoys what she does. She was also back at work this morning when we checked out - greeted us walking into the breakfast area with a warm smile and a hello. I am so sorry I did not ask the name of the woman who was working yesterday morning (August 9th) at the front desk when we went to breakfast around 8:30-9am, because she was also very helpful, very friendly, and very attentive. I enjoyed a small chat with her. Again, sorry I did not get her name - but she complemented my husband and I as to how well behaved our children were at breakfast. She also asked our children about the zoo. Additionally, the woman who took over the front desk after Dotty left her shift on August 8th was not at all hesitant and very friendly when we asked for pool towels for our children. I cannot begin to explain how important it is for a place of business to have such wonderful employees working for them. The 3 women I dealt with were fantastic and definitely assets into creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff for their efforts, as even though I hung our towels to dry in the hotel room in order to reuse for our 2nd night stay, we returned to our room only to find fresh towels for all of us. The room was clean, very clean. It's the little extra special touches like the staff at this hotel that make it worth staying here over somewhere else. Thanks to all of you!

This was a convenient and affordable hotel as a stopover in a long trip. The staff were efficient, disinterested but helpful. I had no problems during the stay and the breakfast was nice.Signage to find the ice machine was confusing but eventually I figured it out.

Great stay We are always satisfied with the Best Western in Wilkes Barre. Not hard to get to and an easy walk to the downtown area that has great restaurants. There is an old theater that was hosting a consort while we were in town and several church bazaars.

The room was very nice, the A/C was phenominal in the room, a quiet and pleasant stay. The staff was very nice. The only downside of the stay was the internet cut in and out through the day. Overall, great experience!

Comfortable stay at convenient location. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff, especially Dottie. Clean, good sized king room. Fairly quiet. A bit of noise with trucks, but not terrible. Not a big fan of wall soap and shampoo, but a small bar of soap was provided for face. Only complaint was pillows were small. Could have used 4 instead of the 3 provided. Drive up to door style motel, but felt safe. If rating was available, would rate 3.75. Would stay again.

Checked in after 11 pm - Checked out before 11am. Had a great night sleep. The room was nice - able to maintain the fan to have that "white noise". The check in clerk was able to handle my tricky checkin. Beds were comfortable.

I have yet to stay at this hotel and will come back and do a review when we do actually stay here in April 2017 but I just wanted to say something about the staff that was very supportive and helpful to me when I wanted to cancel a booking that had been made with Expedia. My husband had made that reservation and I would rather NOT use Expedia (long story) so I wanted to rearrange my reservation with the hotel directly. Dean, assisted me with all the details, gave me the Expedia rate as it was a bit cheaper. I was impressed with all of his extra effort and patience. Thank You Dean, see you in April.

Great staff and excellent rooms Welcoming atsmophere enhances by friendly and encouraging staff. I would recommend Best Western all the times and every time I travel I look for a best western hotel...

Stayed our last night here on the way home from Nashville. Went to a hockey game in Columbus and really enjoyed that. Staff were very helpful with tips and recommendations for things to do around town as well as places to eat. Would stay here again if in this area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! - got a great nights' sleep. Front desk staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Stayed at this motel annually for several years - many years ago. Was not disappointed on my return this year. Complimentary breakfast food was very good. Easy access from I-71. In general, Best Western has been by my motel of choice for many years due to great rates and complimentary breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and neighbors quiet. Breakfast was more than we expected to get. Highly recommend you stay at Best Western Executive Inn, Grove City, Ohio. Very easy to get to from I71.

This is a nice motel for the money. The rooms are clean with excellent housekeeping staff. The breakfast is good. I was able to use the computer in the lobby, which was helpful. Lots of shopping and places to eat. They have a nice pool and laundry room. The beds are pillow top and very comfortable. Have stayed here before and will again.

I've never experienced a more horrible experience from check in to check out! The staff didn't seem to want to be bothered was very rude and unfriendly. I'll would like to suggest maybe getting up out of there chair and being more professional. Greet your guests and be polite. Plus side the room was clean

this hotel was very nice , had alot of eating places all around very clean swimming pool, friendly employees, diiferent stores to shop at around, also easy to get from to zoo, state fair, and other activities.

My reservation was entered wrongly. I booked a smoke free but my room was smelling of cigarettes. The room was not very clean and hangers were dusty. Staff was rude and disrespectful when I was checking out. I love staying at Best Western hotels but this time around I was very disappointed.

I would only recommend this hotel to someone who doesn't mind staying in an overpriced motel. If you come late and leave early, then i guess it would pass. Breakfast items were missing and had to be asked for. Breakfast area was very small and doesn't accommodate more than a few area and it shares the space with the front desk.

The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful! The rooms are entered from outside which isn't that big of a deal. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The microwave and fridge in the rooms was a very convenient feature. All in all you can't beat what you get for the price.

So, this hotel reminded me of a motel 6. Rooms were outdated. We stayed on the first floor and had to enter our room from the outside. Room was musty smelling. The shower's hot water, turned up all the way was not hot. The complimentary breakfast area had a bathroom (unisex) that workers were using while we were trying to eat right across from the tables. The food and bathroom odors made me nauseous. Didn't feel accommodation was worth the price paid for our room.

Other than the fact that our keycard not working when we arrived at our room on the 2nd floor, it was an excellent place to stay! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend it to a friend.

all good except , breakfast is a little under , what was expected rooms are clean and A/C works well , lots of eating places close by..some times truck noise is a little loud, but over all not a bad place for cost

Great Staff always Clean Nice Rooms with a Great Breakfast Selection.Also have smoking and Non Smoking Floors and rooms.Its Pricey but you Pay for what you get.Out of All 3 Hotels in Grove City i stayed in Best Western was the Best i would recommend this Hotel over any of the Rest in Grove City Ohio.

I stayed here about three years ago and it was descent but seemed better this time with a lower price! I arrived early afternoon for a 10 hour stay ..room for about 6-8 semi trucks behind motel..ladies at checkin and checkout were both really nice..the property seemed to be cleaner and better kept on the outside than I remeber the last time...the room was nice..somewhat basic but very clean and the bed was as good as any high priced motel I have ever stayed in..If you want a clean comfy room at a great price this is the spot for you..

This is a really nice area to stay in. Just a one night trip to scioto downs. Lots of restaurants (within walking distance) or drive across the street. A small pub across the street for drinks. The room was clean, probably could used a carpet cleaning. We chose this place because the shuttle from the race track/casino would pick you up and had a return service. However this night we waited over 30 mins for the shuttle but was a no show. The front desk person called them, they said they were running behind. We decided to drive ourselves. It's only about 3.5 miles. This was no fault of the hotel.
