    « Impromtu Nashville weekend »

Property looks old from the outside. Pleasantly surprised with room interior. It had a modern look. More importantly, it was clean. There were not abundance of parking spaces on the backside of property. We came in late both nights and had to improvise parking. Location is excellent!

    « Great Upgrade »

This motel is set in a building that I think of as a 50's style for motel - but done on a massive scale with over 140 rooms. Doors open to the outside on ground floor or balcony. The rooms have been very nicely upgraded and refurnished so inside the room feels comparable to any good mid price motel room. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room included a tub which I appreciate. No microwave, but did have refrigerator. Sparkling clean. Breakfast options were upscale (I was told that the sausage patties were just upgraded recently in response to visitor input). Eating area is in a separate building so it requires getting dressed before you go to breakfast. For those who prefer to not see others in their pajamas, this is an advantage.

    « Return stay »

Have stayed at this BW many times and was always pleased. It has been remodeled and was a great upgrade. Will stay there in future. Very convenient to our business event and also to some great restaurants.

« Really good deal for your money »

It is a really good option for the price. It is kind of far from Nashville area or the airport but it is a really good option to choose. We stayed there 3 nights and it was good. They have free breakfast which is not the best but it is good to have something to eat in the morning without having to pay more money. The room was clean and the front desk employees were very kind. Just be aware that in these days the rooms in the first floor could be a little colder that the others in the second floor.

    « Easy on & easy off! »

Very friendly staff! The lobby area was extremely attractive and clean. Very comfortable bed with lots of comfy pillows. Our room looked freshly painted. At check out I was actually asked how my stay with them was...that doesn't happen ver often.

    3
    « Average »

Didn't look very appealing from the outside. Parking wasn't good. The room didn't smell the greatest but it was clean. Breakfast was convenient and was good. The iron didn't work which they replaced very quickly. Asked for additional towels and was told had to go to the front desk to get them. They wouldn't bring them.

    « Good stay »

Very clean room . Been recently updated very good breakfast . Very friendly and helpful staff . I left a card with s check in it for my sons graduation and by mistake placed it in a trash an at breakfast. On my way to the ceremony I received a call fromBW. They had retrieved my card with a 500 dollar check in it and held it for me. So happy about that service!

    3
« Great staff- small rooms »

All staff I had to interact with was great- courteous and helpful. The room was clean but small and in need of updating. Also do not care for how shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc. is provided- via bulk dispensers.

    5
    « Nice Updates! »

The updates to the motel are very well done. The lobby was done exceptionally well. It is apparent that they are putting great effort into updating this hotel. Access to the hotel from the interstate was convenient. Glad we stayed here!

    3
    « Pilgrimage Festival »

Nice enough property for our needs. We stayed at the festival most of the time so it was to sleep/shower. On a busy street but traffic sound not bad. Looks like some recent upgrades had been done Didn't go to the breakfast (that was included). Staff was very helpful.

    « Update to rooms! »

Very clean rooms, granite counter top in bathroom, new carpet, new furniture, refrigerator, and lighting. Breakfast is average, but for the price of the room, can't expect a gourmet quality spread. Easy access to rooms on first floor as you can drive right up to the door with outside entrance.

    4
    « Newly renovated rooms »

Passing through. Our room (212) had new carpet, new painted walls, new furniture, very clean, comfortable bed, huge flat screen tv, great bright lights in the room, great water pressure in the shower.

    3
    « Comfortable Beds / Clean Rooms »

Our first visit to the Nashville / Franklin area. It happened to fall over a weekend with several "home" football games - translate "very expensive hotel rooms". We were going to spend a day touring Stones River Civil War site so Franklin was a perfect location. This Best Western is not fancy nor does it have large rooms. But it has been recently updated so the beds are comfortable and the room was clean. And I didn't have to pay over $200/night. Not fancy - but this trip was about the area and not the hotel. Worked perfect for our purpose.

    5
    « Great location »

Great location for small town of Franklin TN and still close to Nashville.close to a very cool Main street town.visited places I've seen on tv. Pucketts grocery diner-Franklin Theatre. The Factory at Franklin.I talked to locals very pleasant people.

    4
    « Great Little Spot »

Was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here. Rooms are freshly painted and beds are comfortable. The only 2 comments that kept this from a 5 Star rating - 1 - they advertise as a pet free hotel and I saw several go into the rooms with pets and the bedside outlets did not work. Will stay here again!

    3
    « Overnight »

We just needed a quick place to stay on our way into Nashville. Comfortable, clean and convenient. It's probably not in the best part of town but it was in our price range. We did not have any issues while there. Easy access to many of the main highways. I'd recommend if you are on a budget.

    5
    « Very Clean »

Would recommend especially when saving money on a business trip. Very affordable in clean environment. We would stay there again. We even extended our nights to three. Breakfast was great and helped ease us into our day.

    4
« Great complimentary expanded breakfast »

Just got back from a 3 night family visit. This is a very large property, three two story buildings with seasonal pool and kids playground. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and Starbucks. Room was cozy but well appointed and recently updated. Very clean.

    3
    « Quite adequate »

The hotel is okay, reasonably quiet, and the breakfast was good. Our problem was that we booked through BW on Oct 27th 2016 and on Oct 28 this property cancelled their BW affiliation so when we arrived on Oct 30 there was no reservation. We had to pay the hotel directly to get a room. We are still trying to get a refund from BW for the first reservation. Our problem is unlikely to affect future travelers, but be aware that THIS HOTEL IS NO LONGER PART OF THE BW CHAIN.

    4
    « Good Place »

We took a trip from Northern Michigan to DC to Knoxville to Nashville to Indy then home and this was our fifth hotel of the trip. This was actually a motel which i prefer as we were able to pull up to our door. The room was very spacious, clean, and up to date. We stopped in early around 1pm to see if possible to check in and sure enough they had a lower room ready and was happy to offer it to us. What we didn't know until later that night was our neighbors had a young child that cried, the parents or adults liked to fight, and they went in and out with a loud banging door to smoke which all went on until around 2am. It was my fault for not reporting them and we did get to sleep eventually so this wasn't the hotels fault but beware if you have a through door to the next room and any activity outside the door can be heard as if the door was open. Because we slept in a little we missed breakfast so I can't report on that but when we checked out the gentleman behind the desk offered to get us something from the breakfast room which was a very nice offer. Over all for the price it was a good place to stay and if we're in the area again I would be happy to stay here.

    « Nice Motel »

This was a nice Motel. It is clean, room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Strong shower pressure which we like! Breakfast had a great selection and comfortable eating area. Would stay here again when in the area.

    4
« Very nice and reasonable »

We stayed here November 2nd after finishing the natchez trace. Reviews were good. Very nice hotel and the rooms are great. Very modern. Rooms are pretty and beds comfortable. Very clean, large flat screens and reasonable rates. Nick at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He told us when we eat at Shoneys you get a 15% discount staying at best western. Definitely a very nice place to stay when you are passing thru franklin.

    4
« Good rate and access »

The hotel rooms have been updated and the wifi is fast. They are located right off the freeway and there are several restaurants within walking distance. There is some noise from the freeway but if you stay on the backside of the hotel you can't hear it.

    4
    « Franklin Trip »

We really enjoyed being able to visit Civil war sites that are located in the Franklin area. They were very interesting and the guides were very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend including Franklin if you are planning a trip to the Nashville area.

    5
    « Very Pleased »

Our room was quite, clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. Convenient location. Short drive @2.5 miles into old Franklin which is charming with lots of restaurants and shops.

    4
    « Will Stay Again »

Booked through Hotels.com - and called Hotels.com to make a change. Hotels.com did NOT make the change as requested however, the staff at Best Western - Franklin went above and beyond to correct the mistake and make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Although I did not partake of breakfast the next morning - others in our group did and proclaimed it to be very good.

    5
    « Most Accommodating Hotel »

I have only good things to say about this hotel. Somehow, I received a smoking room; not sure whose fault it was. But once I reported the issue, even tho they were sold out, they asked each check-in until they found someone who needed a smoking room. Within the hour, I was in a non-smoking room. Great service, clean rooms, definitely recommend!!

    5
    « Excellent hotel »

Staff was friendly and cordial, room was very clean, internet was fast, morning staff was good, bed was comfortable. Only two minor items could have been better which were the scrambled eggs were too and so was the gravy. Everything else was superb. I would recommend this hotel.

    5
    « A hidden diamond! »

Want a great stay, reasonably priced at a perfect location for everything? This is the place for you! Great shopping nearby, convenient to the interstate to get in and out of Nashville...clean, friendly! I stay here during every visit.

    3
    « Clean Room »

The room was large clean and looked newly decorated, the bed was comfy and I would have got a good nights sleep if the AC had not been so noisy. There is plenty of car parking so much so it would appear some trucks use the back car park as a rest over stop. The breakfast bar had a good choice of food and there was plenty of seating some of it in the next room.

  • 1
    « reserving a room a waste of time »

I reserved a room 2 months in advance and when arrived was given a different type of room [was told this was all that was available) overlooking a pile of trash that remained there the entire 3 night stay. Rooms looked newly redecorated but chairs and bedspreads had stains. Has soap, lotion, shampoo and shower gel dispensers rather than individual bottles to save money. Shower gel gave a drop at a time and to wash you had to pump 10 or more times. Next time I stay at a BW I will bring a cake of soap. Breakfast usual motel OK, but very crowded.

    5
« Simply the Best Hotel »

This is the best of the best. Staff, service, price, I mean everything was perfect. The room was extremely nice, ample parking, close to Nashville without the big price. A breakfast bar that would put many restaurants' to shame. A define stay here with kudos to management and the lady on the front desk named Arianna. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tennessee. Thank you!

    5
« Great value, use the coupon »

My husband and I are doing a late fall road trip along the Natchez Trace Parkway. We spent the night in Franklin, TN before setting out on our adventure. We used a coupon from HotelCoupon.com and got a great rate. The room was just remodeled and very clean the area was very quiet, but lots of restaurants and two grocery stores within walking distance. The free breakfast was great. scrambled or boiled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, plus the usual cereals and yogurt assortment. All in all, a great choice.

    5
    « Excellent »

It was a very excellent stay with very friendly staff , the rooms was very clean, breckfast was excellent, locaction was very great, very quiet at night would stay here again , very nice , very nice friendly service friendly plce

    4
    « Great value »

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Good location from interstate and Franklin. We used the back way out when leaving. It was much easier to get in and out.

    1
    « Never Again »

I was very displeased with the staff. The person that checked me in was very rude. I was unable to check in and the person was not understanding at all. Sometimes your tone and attitude speaks volumes. I will never stay at another Best Western Hotel again and I will be sure not to recommend anyone to stay there as well. Lesson learned.

    3
« clean room, comfortable bed »

The room was clean, but you can see light under the door (bugs, mice?). Mattress was comfy, A/C worked fine. Recent renovation helps. Stayed three nights, breakfast was the same every day and limited in choices.

    2
« Disappointed in this BW »

Even though I reserved the room for 3 people, there were only 2 washcloths provided. The room was very small. I realize that I had earned a free night's stay, but it was the smallest Best Western room I ever stayed in. It did not feel like much of a reward, especially when I learned how dirty the carpet was. My feet were black after walking a minimal amount on the carpet - that is also something I have not experienced with Best Western before either.

    5
« Do not know what this is. »

As stated earlier, we were very pleased with everything during our stay at Best Western. Deborah was very helpful and gave us directions to restaurants, shopping interests and how to safely navigate the traffic in the area.

    3
« Best value for the area. »

Room was decent. Mattress not great. No noise from adjoining rooms. Tons of noise from parking lot that made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was much better than I expected from a Best Western. Compared to the prices of the other hotels in the area, it was a steal. I like the option of having a single queen bed for a lower price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

  • 5
« Excellent value and experience! »

We have never been to the Franklin area and were clueless as to where to stay. We chose the BW based on reviews on TripAdvisor and the cost. I admit, I was a little nervous - good price sometimes equals not so good quality or cleanliness. We were so happy when we arrived and saw that the room was nicely decorated and so, so, so clean! Really - probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. We will certainly stay at the BW Franklin Inn again if we return to the area.

    5
    « Excellent stay »

We were on our way to a cousin's funeral in Alabama and stayed one night at the BW Franklin,Tn. They honored our discount coupon from state's travel rest areas. The hotel staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Since our last stay there over a year or two ago, they have updated the motel and everything from hotel reception/lobby area to the interior of the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had hot items and provided enough choices. We were very pleased overall with the experience and would definitely stay here again.

    4
« Good value for the price »

Room was clean (a bit worn in places) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with several options of cold and hot items. We were very satisfied with our experience. Motel was situated right off the interstate in a busy part of town so plenty of options for food and entertainment. The main entrance was difficult to enter and exit from on a multi-lane road but there was a back entrance that exited on a side road with a stop light!

    1
    « Worst Experience Ever »

Horrible customer service, housekeeping will barge into your room without knocking, an hour and a half before checkout, and then come back half an hour later -- and the cable doesn't work. When you try to talk to the manager about these issues, they will absolutely not correct the situation. I will never stay here again. This was an awful experience.

    4
    « Convenient »

This hotel was a convenient place to spend the night on our car trip to the South. It was clean, nicely decorated, and a good value. You were within walking distance of several restaurants and close to the freeway. Although, we chose to drive into the town of Franklin which was near and had dinner there. The historic town had many eateries and stores. We wished we would have arrived earlier to enjoy some of the shops. The hotel's price included breakfast. Staff were helpful.

    5
    « Great Value »

Great Value ... Great staff... New room appointments with first class feel to everything. I would stay here again if in the area. Loved the pancake maker in the breakfast room. Warm, fun and unique. it was a wonderful place to stay.

    4
    « Good Value »

The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety. There was only a 10 minute drive to the Carnton Plantation. Access to and from Expressway was very close. The only one disappointment we had was that we booked one of the last rooms, and therefore got a smoking room. We didn't realize how terrible it would smell

    1
« Wouldn't go back even if it was FREE »

Terrible rooms, service and overall experience. The area has many other options for hotels. The staff was rude and they completely messed up our rooms. My room smelled and was completely outdated. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    5
« Hidden Gem in Franklin, TN »

Great overall experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was great for getting to trade show and attractions. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The town of Franklin is a hidden gem....great shops and restaurants.

    5
« Great Place to Stay! »

Rooms are renovated, convenient to interstate and amenities. Front desk staff are friendly, especially Nick, who goes out of his way to ensure a guest is happy. Breakfast is great. The location is perfect; near Nashville and near several restaurants. Overall this stay as with all stays was great. I am in town for business and only use this hotel and would strongly recommend it to my friends and family.

  • 4
    « Surprisingly good! »

This is a well-managed, freshly remodeled motel offering an exceptional value in a higher-priced area of of Nashville. Don't let the rate fool you - new carpet, new bedding, and conscientious employees, Will definitely stay again.

    4
« Pleasant one night stay. »

Check in was no problem. On entering room #106, the A/C was on-temp 66-with television on. The A/c was turned off, while I had no control over the tv. I was moved to #107, which was larger. A soft & comfortable king with five 3/4 pillows. Two night stands with lamp each. A flat screen sits atop a three drawer chest. Writing desk & swivel chair. Carpet for bedroom area, with tile by room's door, sink & bathroom. Shower/tub, with hot water for shower in nine seconds. No small bottles for shampoo. lotion or conditioner. Instead large wall mounted dispensing bottles. The shower head is high, with a short guest possibly having problems reaching the head. Was unable to tell if the head was adjustable. Sink counter is large, with matching mirror. Plenty of towels. Tile & carpet felt clean. M/F. Iron & board. No closet, instead a wall rack with eight wooden hangers. The hair dryer was located on the rack's shelf. Coffee maker on sink counter. Usable electrical outlets are located on the writing desk, one night stand & bathroom. Breakfast is 6:30-10:00. This B.W. had the smallest breakfast area of five I recently encountered. Seating is eight tables-four chairs each-along with eating counter & five tall stools. Steamers for scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage. Three dry cereals. Bowl of apples. Pasties, muffins, donuts & bread. Apple, orange & cranberry juices. Shelled hard boiled eggs. Small containers of mixed fruit. Wall mounted flat screen for morning news. A good starter breakfast. I recommend arriving early as possible. Also one waffle maker. Plenty of parking. This is a two floor facility, NO elevator. All rooms open to the lot. The front desk & breakfast area-located in the building-are separated from the suites. If carrying heavy luggage call ahead in advance for a ground room. The facility has a fenced in pool & a kid's playground. Within a short walking distance are several restaurants & eating establishments-Starbucks, Shoney's, Waffle House, Wendy's, Bar-B-Cutie & Back Yard Burgers. The two staff members I dealt with were Nick-check in-& Deborah-check out & help with the guest computer. Both helpful, polite & friendly. Deborah informed me that the facility is under going major renovations-new bedding, carpet & furniture. I noticed that my sink's faucet had been replaced. I would stay again with no hesitation. Factors: location-less than two minutes from I-65-room's overall cleanliness, number of restaurants, polite & friendly staff & cost. The neighborhood was very quiet. Room #107 was on the back side of facility.

    4
    « Pretty Nice! »

We stopped in Franklin on our way home from a football game in Alabama. We got there very late and stayed until checkout. I usually prefer to stay in the Plus hotels, but this place was great. The room was very clean and the area was surprisingly quiet. We slept through breakfast but the lobby area was nice. Good value!

    5
« Great stay away from home »

The staff is very friendly and caring. The hotel was clean and there was plenty of food places to eat at close by. Everything from a sit down restaurant to fast food. Very quiet and peaceful here. We'll be back again on our next visit..

    4
« night out in nashville, tn »

easy drive to nashville, tn , right by the interstate 65, only 22 minute drive, a little noise from the second floor by some guys with a few too many beers and not the best language but by 10pm it was over

    5
    « Great Hotel »

They have just updated this hotel; new beds, furniture & carpet. Everything spotless & fresh. Everyone was helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good with nice variety to choose from. Hotel close to stores & restaurants & little over 2 mi. to downtown & to several attractions

    4
    « Location »

Located right off I65 with many places to dine. shop and refuel. Easy access to highway in continuing one's journey after an excellent hot breakfast at this recently remodeled inn. The hotel staff personnel were very courteous and helpful in checking us in in a very timely period, also when we checked out!

    3
« Take a Break from the Interstate »

If you're tired of being on the interstate, make a stop for the night at the Best Western Inn in Franklin Tenn. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of shopping. Get a good night sleep on the comfy beds and off you go in the morning. Or spend a few days exploring the Franklin area since you have your hotel stay all set at the Best Western Inn!

    2
    « Sow's Ear »

It's been renovated with new beds, carpets, TVs and furniture. BUT the place is forever an old style motel with outside rooms and no elevators. The loud factory smell of the carpets will ultimately fade to mildew from the ac units, but it's pretty hard to comfortably control the indoor climate. For a hundred bucks the breakfast should be better and the shower should give you a nice strong spritz. I know they tried to update it, but it's not a Silk Purse!

    4
    « Clean room & affordable »

My Sister & our kids visited Franklin for a pre back-to-school trip & stayed at Best Western. The room was very clean & affordable. The front staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good but the space to sit was limited. Great pancakes which is a biggie with me. The Cool Springs mall was just a short drive away. We would consider staying here again.

« 1 night stay at Best Western in Franklin, TN »

Traveling with 2 adult kids and their spouses, husband, and 3 grandkids. Average Motel type of facility. Staff friendly. Room clean. King Size bed a little uncomfortable, but worked.. Included typical breakfast-eggs not very warm though. Had a nice looking pool and play area for kids, but we were unable to use since it poured rain. Cheap rate, which we got on internet for $86.98. Called first but they quoted $143. Check-in and check-out a breeze.

    4
« Great location and value »

This hotel is located right off the freeway and has several restaurants within walking distance. Great price and the rooms are new. It looks like they have just updated everything and the rate was $30 less per night than most other hotels. Easy check in and check out. The beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. I used my AAA discount and got it for $70 per night.

    4
« good location fair price »

located just outside Nashville this hotel is a good stop at a better price than waiting till you get into town. It is only a seconds off the interstate and easy to get to plenty of eating locations. Bar B Cutie was a great place for some good food at a good price.

    4
« Nice place to stay in Franklin »

An older hotel that is nicely renovated at a very reasonable price. This is my go to hotel in middle TN. The rooms are clean tastefully decorated and comfortable. What more do you want me to say? I like this place and I will return again.

    4
« Good for short stay »

Clean room, close to restaurants, gas station, etc. Easy on and off to Interstate 65. Wifi worked well and breakfast was fine. Perfect for a night or two while traveling. Well lighted parking lot and grounds were clean. Felt safe.

    4
« Best Western stay In Franklin, TN »

Overall, room was clean and bed was very good. Plus they had a very good breakfast - good scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, biscuit and gravy, cereal, fresh coffee, apples, etc. Check in clerk efficient abd pleasant. Checkout was easy and provided a statement upon request. I would recommend this hotel with four-stars. It was only $64.99 (with coupon) + tax. It is off I-65 Exit 65.

    4
    « Nice hotel »

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The TV was good quality. The wifi was free and adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a good experience. Breakfast was also very good with hot eggs and waffles.

    4
    « Nice »

This was a nice, clean hotel. Rooms were good size and the beds were very comfortable. Pool area was very nice, clean and the water temp was just right. The breakfast was nice with many choices, the pancake maker was impressive. We stayed 3 days and would stay again if needed.

    « Overnight Stay »

I stayed one night with my dog. This was a good room for pets with the vinyl floors. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. I would stay here again the next time I have to stay in Franklin.

« No more searching for hotels. Best Western is the way to go. »

My trip was an emotional one. Funeral. Stayed in 2 other hotels and the Best Western in Franklin was by far the best. Wonderful accommodating employees. CLEAN ROOMS!!! Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Pool and playground. Shoneys right next door. On and off the highway. Extremely pleased

    « Excellent value hotel »

We booked this hotel on an app while entering the state and it ended up being one of the best hotels of our entire trip. Newly remodeled rooms, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast for a very reasonable price. Better than staying in downtown Nashville!

    4
    « Good value »

Breakfast has decent options, both hot and cold. Rooms are good value, but nothing will strike you as high end although they did recently do a renovation and update there rooms. Towels are thin (fairly standard). Just good bang for your buck.

    4
    « Pleasure Trip »

Good price, We like to stay there when in Nashville, This motel is conviently located and has been upgraded in the last 3 years. We had stayed there in years past but it had become run down. they have really did a good job on their improvements

    4
    « Nice space »

I liked this hotel. The desk staff were helpful and engaging, the breakfast is standard fare. The room was kept clean and the housekeeping was good. And there's a pool. I'd easily recommend them. Of course it's an older building so there may be issues connected to that - but give 'em a go!

    4
    « Clean Accommodations »

We try to stay at this Best Western when we are in town for Dr. visits. It is very satisfactory for an overnight stay as the room and furnishings are always clean and the rate is reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. Very convenient to activities in Franklin or Cool Springs.

    4
    « A bit older, but nice »

This was a nice stay. For the building to be a bit older, you can definitely tell that the property was well cared for. The guest rooms were updated and look a bit more modern. The rooms were equipped with microfridge (which was nice and useful). The staff was very professional and friendly. I appreciate everyone's friendliness and the cleanliness of the room.

    5
    « Always consistent »

Stay here every year on our way to Florida from Wisconsin. It's kind of a tradition. Stop here, go to Waffle House (next door) and go to sleep. Always clean, friendly. It's a basic hotel nothing special but perfect for a one night stay. Good fast internet, great breakfast, friendly staff, reasonable price.

    3
    « Not bad »

Overall it didn't blow my socks off, but I didn't feel as if I was sleeping in a dirty room. As an overnight stay I was satisfied and again felt the cleanliness was good. Breakfast wasn't great, but again satisfactory. I did notice they were in the middle of renovating rooms.

    4
    « Great Value »

When I visited this hotel it was being updated with new carpets, furniture etc. so I do not know the final outcome. The staff was outstanding and made every effort to insure a pleasant stay. The biggest problem is getting to the hotel from the interstate as there is no turn lane into the property. The easiest way is to go to the traffic light and turn left, then turn left at the next light and come into the rear of the property. Watch out for the deeply sunk drainage grates in some areas.

    4
« Clean, Convenient, Pleasant Staff »

Great value. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Little in-room fridge was a nice bonus, which we used. Staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous. Convenient to I-65, Nashville, Franklin. Would definitely stay here again.

    « Delicious Breakfast »

This was a family weekend getaway. This hotel did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and clean, and the full breakfast was delicious. Often, at other places, breakfast may be waffles or bagels. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, and all that other stuff was offered and delicious. Great place at a good price.

    3
    « Good location »

This hotel is near the Franklin attractions and was fine for a short stay. It was an easy ride to Nashville also. The lamp bases were dusty, as were the cords for the electronics. There were boxes and carpet remnants on the stair landings. Kids ran up and down making noise on the walkway to the rooms. Someone threw what looked to be taco meat on the hood and windshield of my car. The hotel is in a great location in terms of grocery stores and restaurants. It met my needs, but probably would stay elsewhere next time. I'm not a fan of rooms that open directly to the outside.

    3
    « OK stay except for A/C »

The room was clean and bedding was comfortable, however even with the A/C temp set at 68 degrees, it never got cold in the room, which caused me not to sleep well. Other than that, it was a good stay.

    3
« I'm sorry you have to spend the night in Franklin »

Why is lodging so expensive in Franklin, Tennessee? Room was OK; laminate floor was dirty--soles of feet were black after walking around on it. The whole point of laminate is it can be mopped and be cleaner than carpet. Full breakfast was very good; location very convenient to interstate and food options. Pet-friendly with plenty of good walking area. Good playground and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    5
« Great place to stay »

Excellent breakfast, good location (near restaurants and grocery). Our only problem was the strange feeling of tile floors in the guest rooms. Seems unusual. The pool and fitness area were well-maintained.

« Best Western Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee »

I was traveling with my granddaughter for a one week trip touring through West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky and back to Ohio. I prefer staying at Best Western hotels whenever possible since I have always received excellent service and the staff is always very cordial! We enjoyed seeing various sights in the areas we traveled.

    4
« Great Location Near I-65 - Clean & Great Customer Service Desk »

The Franklin Best West on I-65 is a great location to Nashville, Brentwood, Columbia, Cool-Springs, Opry Mills, and the Williamson County area. We are returning visitors to this Best Western location and we will return again. Front Desk service is quick, accurate, and customer oriented. They will offer help for the local area if needed. Must do's - Eat at Big Shakes Hot Chicken/Fish in downtown Franklin, TN and eat at Pasta & Cream located across the street from this Best Western location. Mmm....Great!

    « Dump »

I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. This place is awful. First off reservation was wrong, got to room and it was nasty. Left and went found a nicer place. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Hard to get in and out of. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    4
    « Nice stay - great staff »

I travel into town weekly and stay at this motel 3-4 days per week. The staff always does a great job in meeting my needs, and with getting me checked-in/out quickly. This is an older motel that may not be as asthetically pleasing as some newer motels, but the rooms are clean and being modernized, and the staff is very attentive and responsive to needs. Just due to the nature of the motel there isn't much for kids to do (other than a pool and playground), but I'd highly recommend this for business travelers and adults as it is a very good value for the price and location.

    5
    « Motorcycle Trip »

Great place for motorcycle travelers. Can park your bike under cover. Check in was easy, room was clean and neat. BBQ restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was great. Check Out was fast and easy.

For the price this hotel is a great value. Clean comfortable rooms, good free breakfast wonderful staff. A hotel that does it right. Clean pool and great location. Short jump to Nashville and Columbia.

    « Well-Staffed, Well-Maintained, Good Value »

This Best Western Franklin Inn was a find. We were grateful for the care & accommodation that Nik and his staff provided us during our stay. Because of a sports tournament, any available lodgings around the area were scarce, but Nik was able to place us in a "smoking permitted" room in an area of the property that was quieter & actually so well maintained that there was no lingering smoke odors. It worked out well for us. Reasonably priced, with a good buffet breakfast and helpful staff, we would recommend it to others.

    4
    « Good Value »

The room itself was good. The place was older, but had been redone in the past couple of years or so. There were some noisy young people staying also, so that was annoying, but that could happen at any motel. One problem which I did not address with management was a urine odor in the bathroom of our room. I did not notice it, but it really clouded my husband's opinion of the place.

    4
    « Rest stop :) »

We stayed at this hotel twice, on a way to Florida and back. This hotel is right of I-65 and in a busy area with food places and gas stations. Very clean, didn't have any problems. Kids had a chance to enjoy the pool. Good breakfast. Would stay again any time when going to Florida.

    3
    « Location Location Location »

the room its self was not the greatest, clean but small. the location was perfect to be away from Nashville but only 25 minutes drive time. staff was very nice and friendly but with Nashville being so close we didn't stay at the hotel much.

    4
    « Friendly attentive staff »

Cleanliness my biggest concern at hotels and this Best Western proved to be clean. I am a returning customer, and will return again. The Breakfast is very good, has options and is hot. The Breakfast room attendant is very friendly and works hard.

    4
    « MOTHER'S 80TH »

Great staff ! Great price if you don't mind staying about 20 mile from Nashville attractions. Newly renovated and well worth the money. Highly recommend. We were here the week of July 5th to the 9th for my mothers 80th birthday celebration. We all enjoyed our rooms and the staff was prompt with any request. Hard to find a hotel with this service anymore.

    4
« A motel that beats our latest hotel stay! »

We were pleasantly surprised by the Best Western in Franklin, Tennessee's reception, clean rooms, over all nice accommodations for a terrific price. We paid far too much for a hotel room north of Nashville in comparison. BW is conveniently located with a short drive to Franklin Square.

    3
    « Clean But... »

The unit was a clean and fairly quiet motel type of structure. Unfortunately the air conditioner made a rattling noise whenever it turned on a and we could hear the laughing ladies who walked by at 4:30 am. The king bed had a hump in the middle but was otherwise comfortable. The towels were plentiful but rough. The breakfast bar was very good.

    2
    « Dirty - Noisy »

We chose the motel for its location as it is just off the Hwy 65. Check in time of 3Pm was inconvenient. Reservation not accurate. Polite staff. Room is very small. carpet filthy with a funny odor. a/c unit extremely noisy. Nice shower pressure. Cargo trailers parked outside of room. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Other motels in area will be our choice next time

  • 4
    « Very adequate »

Rather than stay in Nashville we decided to stay in Franklin and were glad we did after seeing the traffic and construction in Nashville. Our stay was cut short so we didn't get a chance to see Franklin. The hotel was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice and eating area clean. Very efficient operation.

    5
« very nice place and affordable »

my stay was great..the rooms were very neat and clean.there is all kinds of shopping and resturants near by also..this is a great place to stay..the rooms are small but efficient..they come with a refridgerator and a small microwave..the rooms are modern looking on the inside..we will for sure check their rates again when we go back and hope to stay there again

    3
    « Average okay hotel »

Hotel was clean and quiet, comfortable bed, average breakfast. Could use more parking spaces. Good location - easy to get to. Wi-fi is fast. One lamp's bulb was burned out which was a little annoying.

    5
    « Great stay »

Motel was very clean, friendly staff, excellent location from interstate, restaurants, beverage store, etc. Even though a busy area we couldn't hear traffic. We didn't try breakfast but there is a Waffle House and a Shoneys within a 3o second walk. WiFi was good, pool was great! Even a play area for children. Highly recommend.

    3
« OK Place to Stay »

Stayed here while visiting Nashville. Hotel seemed very full and we were given a room on the backside of the building. Room was nice but very tiny. Looked clean, but my shoes kept sticking to the floor. Maybe just too much cleaner..don't know. Bathroom was clean and bed was ok. The biggest complaint I would have is the parking. We came back a little after 9pm and the parking lot was full. Big trucks and trailers were parked in the back taking up all the parking spots. Had to pull up by the pool and walk a distance to our room. It was just kind inconvenient if you have luggage. Really packed for breakfast so we ate elsewhere.

    4
    « on vacation »

    « nice stay »

everything was clean and comfortable. the staff and front desk were inviting and welcoming. offered help from staff if needed. it very convenient to get to. i would recommend this location if you were traveling to the Franklin area

    4
    « Nice upgrades »

It's been at least a couple of years since we've stayed here. It has gone through some changes and they are all good. The exterior has been updated and all the rooms. Nice paint colors on the wall, flat screen tv, decor has been updated as well. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast was too. The only complaint I have is that our particular room has a lot of humidity. Everything kinda of felt sticky. Besides that everything was great and for a great price.

    4
    « business trip »

the stay here was very good! The staff made the stay pleasant. the room was pleasant & comfortable rested well. i'm a truck driver & the hotel was in a good location easy in & out with my truck. breakfast was excellent

    « Clean/Quiet/Inexpensive »

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice while on business in Nashville. Compared to other hotels in Nashville, it is very inexpensive and is not in a bad area of town. We especially love the cleanliness and how quiet the hotel is in spite of always being packed when we are here. It also has a nice outdoor pool. We will definitely stay here again!

    « Great Value »

We were in town to compete 2 days in the Senior Olympics. We lived only 2 hrs away but the value was so good at the Franklin Best Western that we decided to stay overnight instead of drive in each day. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but the bed was very comfortable. The room was small but it had everything we needed: coffee machine, small frig, small round table and 2 chairs, iron and board, great tv with lots of available stations.

    4
    « A stay in Franklin, Tennessee »

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Franklin Inn. The breakfast was good - hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fried/baked chopped potatoes and pepper gravy and all kinds of breads, plus cereal and fruit - but no bananas. My only complaint was that the carpet felt dirty under my bare feet and that the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

    5
« Affordable, Clean, Comfortable, Great Location »

This Best Western can't be beat for an affordable, comfortable room in a great location for visiting the sites in Franklin. We visited the Music City Roots show in The Factory, ate downtown, and visited the three Civil War Museums. Driving was easy and short. Many fast food locations are nearby. It is very close to Interstate 65. The KIng bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet. We did not take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was included.

    5
    « wonderful stay »

excellent hotel, excellent room/bed, excellent breakfast - no complaint whatsoever - extremely satisfied - only concern is 2 computers were available to guests in the lobby - usually there is only 1 - sadly (for me), both computers were MACs and I am MAC-illiterate! - that was no big deal, though, as we were there for a good night sleep, not checking emails, and we got an excellent night sleep - will not hesitate to return

    4
    « Franklin Tennessee »

Excellent hotel with nice amenties. The staff was very friendly and nice to communication with. The breakfast was fresh and offering many choices. I left a couple pillows in my room and was able to retreive them at a later date, the guest service manager was very helpful.

    4
« great for the value »

Was pleasantly surprised by this two star hotel. I am very picky about hotels and this one passed by me. It was very clean and looked very nice on the outside, the pool area and kids play area where kept up very well. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise, was very good!

    4
« Good place, great price »

We needed a place to stay for a night while visiting friends....clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was average, but hot and there was enough to eat, didn't run out like some hotels, Staff was friendly and helpful Great Value for the price

    3
    « Decent hotel »

Stayed one night during road trip. Reserved a queen room, no issues with check-in or price. The room was small, but clean. The bed was ok, but seemed very small for a queen...more like a full size. While taking a shower, I discovered there wasn't any shampoo in the pump dispenser. When I mentioned this at check-out, they said they are aware of problems with the pumps and I should have come to the desk for shampoo. (I was IN the shower). The only real issue I had was the exterior lighting, it runs the length of the building. Even with the drapes closed, it is so bright, it lit up our room and I found it difficult to get to sleep. To end on a positive, the breakfast was good!

    5
« Would stay here again. »

Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance to a great restaurant. Good location in proximity to the interstate and other activities. Discount was allowed for AAA.

    4
    « Simple, confortable »

A comfortable place to stay when visitng, reasonably priced. and convenient location. Parking at night is a hassle! too many trucks with trailers blocking the parking lo in the rear, The breakfast is poor. It simply consists of basic eggs, different kinds of bread, cold cereal , coffee and old fruit!!

  • 5
    « Traveling »

Clean room friendly staff. Breakfast was good and keep full at all times. Clean pool and playground. Waffle House and Shonneys was in the same parking lot. Bad points. No elevators to second floor. Limited parking. Lobby and breakfast was in another building. But over all a great place. Got my monies worth.

    4
« Breakfast and bed made the hotel »

The breakfast had a lot of different foods that were all really good and the kitchen crew were on the ball. The eating area was very clean. The Bed was the most comfortable bed in the five hotels I stayed in. I loved that the hotel had a play ground for the little kids and a clean pool to swim in. I would stay here again.

    5
    « Great Stay »

I accidently made a reservation for the wrong dates and did not realize until arrival. Deborah the day manager made sure I was able to stay in the room I wanted for my entire stay. She was a delight to work with. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and I actually was able to sleep (I normally sleep horrible at hotels) the pool was very clean and the breakfast was very good!

    2
    « Choose another hotel »

There was no parking available close to the room due to semi trailers being parked in the lot used for storage by the hotel. There was no handicap parking available on any side of the hotel. It was noise all night long and the beds were wore out and had no support left in the mattress.

    3
« Leisure trip to Frankin »

This hotel was clean but waaaaay over priced! Its an average Best Western. Nice staff but breakfast was closed until 6:30 am and by that time there was a line of 15 people. Just open it up 30 mins earlier and that problem with lines disappears! Also, they were way to strict with check in. We drove 13 hours to get there and they refused to let us in one min early. Plenty of other hotels in the area who might treat you like they WANTED you to stay there.

    4
« Very clean rooms, not enough parking »

We will visit in this area monthly. The cleaning staff were very courteous and the room was very clean, neat and quiet. Hotel clerk was going to charge $30/night for our dog. hubby talked him down to $10. They should advise this when reservations are made. Will stay at La Quinta next month when we visit the kids to check them out. Nearby Einstein Bros. Bagels and Starbucks.

    5
    « Great, Convenient! »

Hotel right off interstate, parked right in front of my room made unloading luggage easy. Breakfast was good and room to eat in wasn't crowed plenty of room to sit and enjoy breakfast. Front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable.

    5
« A perfect visit in every way! »

This hotel was the best we have visited in a long time. From check in to check out it was exceptional. There were a lot of guest the night we were there but that was not a problem in any way. Breakfast was excellent and the attendants were most helpful and accommodating. Our room appeared to have been recently updated as it was spotless and, believe it or not, everything worked as it should and all squeaky clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a great nights rest at a reasonable price.

    4
    « wonderful stay »

Cudos to staff, cleanness, and appearance. Gym needs urgent upgrade and maintenance. Pool very clean and well maintained. Breakfast more than average, but full choices not always available. Problems are Generally attended to expeditiously. Bit far from Nashville, but easy navigation and access

    4
    « nice hotel »

rooms were clean beds comfortable breakfast was wonderful. good location right off the interstate. Did not use the pool but it looked like a very nice pool and area around the pool was neat and clean. We had a large group and required 3 rooms and were able to get all of them together which was very good

« Great Hotel with Great Rates »

This hotel was very nice. I would recommend it to other. The staff was excellent, breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great you were only 5-6 minutes from downtown Franklin and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Nashville, Tn.

    3
    « Inexpensive for a 3 day stay »

First of all, the rooms are exterior entrance only. I somehow missed that when I booked it as I normally do not stay in hotels that only offer that. That's my own fault though. (Just putting that out there for any other travelers who may also miss that fact!) That being said, I overall had a quiet stay. Shower worked well, plumbing worked well, room was clean, bed sheets were clean. Can't ask for much more than that at the price I paid (about $75 a night). Other tips as well: there is a back entrance if you enter in off of Royal Oaks Blvd (turn left by the gas station and Publix on Royal Oaks Blvd onto Riverside Drive). Exiting out on to Murfeesboro Road (the front entrance) can be a nightmare otherwise due to the busyness of the road.

    2
« Wish it were better »

We were in town for a wedding and picked this spot for its location; close to Brentwood and downtown Franklin. Our room smelled of urine, the air conditioner was working intermittently. Large burn marks on the carpet when you walked in and the toilet never flushed proper. Parking lot was too full to park our cars in most nights so we had to park and walk back from a restaurant down a ways. Staff so-so.

    5
« Take you time to find a excellent hotel »

A excellent hotel, at time when I'm concern with how clean a hotel is and with the problem with bed bugs are with travel, this hotel is very clean and bed bug free at my time of travel. They are also very pet friendly which is a big plus. I will use the place next time when I'm passing threw again.

    5
« One of the Best of the Best Western Hotels »

We stopped at the Franklin Inn Best Western (TN) for an overnight stay. We stay at the Best Western and participate in their rewards program..We drove up to the hotel that had a great curb appeal and very convenient to the interstate. The room was very clean, supplied with refrigerator and micro plus all other amenities that you can count including free internet service that worked right away. The bathroom towels were full, not the rags that are in some hotels. Very satisfied with the room. We had the breakfast. One of the best that I have eaten at any BW hotel. I could go on and on. Great Best Western and I would highly recommend it without hesitation.

    5
« Excellent stay very nice stuff »

Got to this hotel for 7 nights. Stuff was very helpful and pleasant. Hot breakfast was very good. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for business or family trips. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to the area.

    3
    « Not the worst...but definitely could've been better »

Not the worst...but definitely could've been better. The rooms were clean but the A/C blew out the musty odor. The customer service was decent upon checking in/out. But the breakfast attendants were not the most pleasant. But the food was average; but no variety. The gym facility was a huge disappointment.

    4
    « Great Stay »

My friend & I were there for the Hillbilly Half Marathon and it was in a great location to where we needed to be. The room was clean the area was not intimidating and I would definitely recommend. More lighting came thru the curtains than I would have liked & the exhaust in the bathroom could be better.

    4
    « Nice but dated »

Nice hotel but a little dated. Clean. 2 levels, no elevator but got ground floor room, asked ahead for it. Stayed on backside away from pool. Bed comfy. Did not like fan in bathroom that had to be on. Sink outside small bathroom. Price very good and staff very nice. Cleaning staff great! Had small fridge. Right off interstate. Close to Franklin, just miles and not far from Nashville.

    3
    « One nightstand »

It's been a while since I stayed at a motel with only one night stand, like we experienced here. Both my wife and I wear glasses so it was awkward (for my wife.) The rest of the motel room was very much non-descript, although the price was reasonable. But, as they say, you get what you pay for.

  • 4
    « Ok accommodations! »

It was a very good location right next to the Interstate! Nice place but very crowded and poor excuse for very slim breakfast.Dont go for the continental scraps! Iron provided leaked all over my shirt! Keys kept falling. Had 4 keys made in 2 days! It seems pretty generic but works on a tight budget. Probably will skip this one next time unless Im on a budget! I am not sure what else I need to say, 200 words? Not enough to talk about. Blah Blah Blah. No blankets, Pool dirty...cant understand desk help...Not a good experience. These rooms are like renting a 200,000 mile car! Feels worn out.

    4
    « Pleasant Surprise! »

I'll be honest, I've become spoiled on hotels that average over $100 a night before taxes so when we booked this hotel, I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised with it! The room was clean and comfortable. I only dealt with one staff member (Deborah) and she was nice and did everything she could to help us (we had a card decline due to a mishap at the hotel we stayed at in Tuscaloosa the night before). The pool was great!! Also, the playground is next to the pool, which was great for when the kids decided they'd rather play on it while the adults were in the pool. Overall, this hotel is one I would definitely recommend!! A great stay for the price we paid!

    3
    « Good Enough »

This motel met the basic needs of our trip. It was a place to sleep after sports tournaments. The pool was ok, the kids liked it. The breakfast was a little chaotic as they couldn't keep the supply up with the demand. There was no fresh fruit- only prepackaged fruit cups. The shower head didn't adjust and was not the easiest to use for children.

    2
    « Just a two star motel »

A reviewer just noted the fact that this is an old style motel with exterior doors but I had not read that in reviews prior to booking. I just double checked the photos to see if I had missed something but the "management photo" exterior shot only shows the front office - it clearly omits the exterior of the motel itself. In fairness, the room was relatively clean and renovated fairly recently. However, our sink backed up and I was awakened at 3 am by a car alarm going off. Sadly, it was our car and in the morning we realized that it had been vandalized. Not a place I would recommend.

    5
« Thank you for the part you played in a very nice weekend! »

The hotel was every thing I would have needed or expected. We were there for a grandsons graduation and spent more time with family than at the hotel, but had no complaints. would however, make a suggestion regarding mattresses . Were very comfortable, but if they could be secured to box spring they would not move away from you as you try to sit on the bed.

    4
« Overnights along the way »

Three of us on this trip found this Best Western to be a very nice place, and we had a well rounded choice of food for breakfast, all of which tasted quite good. We like not having to get up in the morning and looking for a place to eat, so this was most convenient for us.

    5
    « Great Stay ?? »

Nothing negative to say about this place. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and very helpful and the breakfast enjoyable. The motel is located just off the highway and maybe 5 minutes drive to Franklin town centre.

    4
« Great hotel for the price! »

I stayed here while moving my daughter back home from Belmont at the end of the school year. I was apprehensive because it has a motel feel as all the doors are located outside. I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast as I did not eat it. I would definitely stay here again. Can't beat it for the price!

« No, we will never stay here again »

Firtst, let me state the positive features, which are far outweighed by the negatives. 1. Bed was comfortable -king bed, no smoking 2. Breakfast was ok, breakfast room is far too small. Negatives. 1. Was called way ahead, requested a quiet room almost 3 weeks in advance of our arrival. We were assured we would have a 2nd floor, QUIET room. When we checked in we again told the front desk person of our confirmed request, and he look starstruck. We should have known the worst was to arrive. We went out to tour the lovely city of Franklin and to find a place to dine. When we returned to the hotel there was a tour bus parked beside the hotel reception and the parking lot area was overwhelmed with teenagers throwing footballs, baseball and the pool was overtaken...and the 2 men chaperwete involved with the overtaking and looked indignant when we tried to drive in to park our car. I went to reception and again reminded them of our QUIET ROOM, to learn we were now surrounded by the teenager group, beside and below us. I was told that "there will be no problem." I suggested that it would be wise to be proactive and tell the adults to act like guests. That was not well received by the desk manager. That nite at 11:20 PM the girls beside us were on the outside walkway screaming and yelling for several minutes. Front desk did nothing until I called them and said "it is 11:20, you must be hearing the noise, what are you going to do? and the desk manager from before replied "I will call them." Terrible management. 3. Check out day. 9:02 am. Cleaning lady clicked on door with a key then opened our door to the security stop. "Oh, sorry." Check out is 11...tet they try to push you out. 4. Bathroom. Very Tired. Needs updating. Toiletries. Terrible squeeze dispensers at shower and vanity area. 5. Air conditioner. Noisy.

    « No Elevatoe »

After specifically asking for a ground-floor room he put me in a room on the second floor and a section that has no elevator the room is clean but it seems like the staff just don't care he didn't tell me there was no elevator till after I had already checked in I won't come back

« Quality for price nearest to Downtown Old Franklin »

Clean room, clean and comfortable bed, clean bathroom, quiet, nice staff, closest hotel to Uber to downtown old Franklin Main Square. Hot breakfast was above expectation. Near lots of restaurants but stayed here to Uber to downtown old Franklin, TN.

    « May21-23, 2016: My stay @ BW in Tn »

My overall experience was decent, I didn't like the female attendant at the breakfast lounge, she went out of her way to be friendly and hospitable to the non-black guests & I felt she just "tolerated" black guests. She didn't say anything derogatory, she just didn't make you feel comfortable, nor was she friendly. Nevertheless, the maintenance/housekeeping staff was wonderful.

    « affordable relaxing week-end »

took time with adult Granddaughter for a fun week-end. Shopped, dined, napped, enjoyed pool, and scenery. Lovely sights and time for memories. I would like to make it seasonal at more and different Best Westerns, near larger cities.

« Clean motel with very good breakfast »

Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancake machine, a meat, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, OJ, coffee, all great. No elevators , and the parking lot access slightly difficult from main road (Murfreesboro Rd). Close to the civil war sites. Room was clean and tidied daily. Slight must smell upon entering room, probably from AC unit. Safe area, I recommend it. Also many fast food places within walking distance.

    5
« Nice place, but, tough to get in n out »

Clean rooms, attentive front desk. There is a Shoney's next door, convenient but the food isn't all that good. The only negative it getting in and out of the parking lot. The motel itself sit on a quite busy hiway without a stoplight.. Other than that, I will stay here again when I am in the area.

« Best Western Franklin Inn »

This is one of the nicest Best Western hotel we've stayed in and we always stay at a Best Western when traveling. Simple things like a soap dispenser in the bathroom and the shower to a hair dryer that isn't bolted to the wall and a very friendly, helpful staff made us feel as though we were trusted and valued customers. This hotel is only about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and definitely worth it. And when we checked out on May 17th they told us that they were replacing all the furniture and mattresses in the hotel!

    4
    « Very quiet stay »

My family nor myself had any problem with our stay at BW. The staff from the check-in until our stay ended was great and always Greeting you. Got a call from the manager to ask was everything OK with the room.

    5
« Really comfy room for the money »

You will really like the convenience of this location. It is near all forms of shopping, restaurants and service for your vehicle including a car wash not far away. There are several soft pillows on the bed. The shower had plenty of hot water and adequate pressure. You don't need to bring shampoo, liquid soap or hair dryer as these are provided in the room. very nice property including a pool, playground and exercise room on the second floor. We would stay there again.

« blocked party for wedding »

We blocked off rooms for family, friends, wedding party due to most of us were 6 hours from wedding. Very pleased with staff and rooms very clean. Housekeeping was awesome. Breakfast double awesome. Rates were very affordable and this was the reason for use Best Western for this occasion.

« Excellent staff, large rooms, great value »

Our group of cyclists stayed at the Best Western for 7 nights last week. Staff accommodated us so well, giving us all rooms togethers and on 1st floor so that we could store our bikes easily. Breakfast was very nice - the new pancake maker was a hit. Overall excellent value and a comfortable stay.

    « Yep, I'd do it again. »

Staff were very kind, room were remodeled, beds were comfortable, clean. Parking lot was immaculately clean so were the rooms. Didn't feel like cooty-city, for which I was grateful. If I travel through again I will make a point of staying here.

    4
    « Great Value »

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and although the property is older, it is a clean, efficiently run hotel. It is in a great location with Starbucks and several food choices within walking distance.

    5
« Best Western, Franklin, Tn »

Great value. Staff is friendly and helpful. There was a leak under the sink which we reported. Luggage rack was broken. However, it was very clean and nice. One of the best playgrounds ever seen at a hotel and nice pool area. Recommend this hotel.

    5
    « Just passing thru. »

This a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff goes out their way to make sure that you stay is as pleasant and comfortable as they can make it. The room was a great size and was laid out just right.

    5
« Great experience, great value »

From top to bottom, a great choice for lodging. This was our third time staying at this motel, and we have never been disappointed. It is pet friendly, has a variety of breakfast choices, and is a great value. Any time we visit family in the Nashville/Franklin area, we choose this Best Western.

    4
« Best Western, Murfreesboro, Franklin TN »

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The lobby and breakfast area were very very nice! I had to opt for a smoking room when I made the reservation so the room did have that "smokers room" smell, but that again isn't the hotels fault. The room was comfy and we were satisfied. We enjoyed the work out room as well.

    4
« Good value for price »

Room was clean. Somewhat updated. Staff was helpful and well informed. Reservation was easy. Breakfast was OK. I don't expect gourmet breakfast for this price. Would stay here again. Much cheaper than some of the other options in the area.

    4
    « Nice rooms a little noisy »

The room was very small, but clean and comfortable with everything in good working order. The staff was all very pleasant. THe breakfast was typical and average. My only complaint with this hotel was the noise from the street and the parking lot which woke me up several times in the night. It was fine for just one night but would be difficult for longer. The value was excellent however for this area, which with a short one night stay was what I needed.

    3
    « Contractor stay »

Very nice stay. Room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and quiet. Television and internet access was not great, but acceptable for a motel in this price range. For the price, these were very acceptable accomodations

    3
« Good Stay But Not Fancy »

Overall, a reasonably priced hotel that was about 20-25 minutes from downtown. The outside appears worn down, but the room was acceptable. No issues except a burnt out light bulb. Bed was comfortable. Small refrigerator, which worked well. Good TV. Good WiFi. Good location. Very close to I-65 and near a number of restaurants.

    « Great »

Great place, staff, and room easy to find. Not a very big parking lot for all the rooms but was easy to get in and out of. Clsoe to a waffle house, best 3rd shift cooks everrrrrrrrr. So go see ya' boy Deejay at the waffle

    4
    « Surprised »

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in my time, this one surprised me by not being cookie cutter and having high end items. The area was restful, nice, easy access to freeways, dining, and entertainment, i'd def. stay there again !

    5
    « Very comfortable & Clean »

We enjoyed staying, and really needed a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. We found it here. We were in Franklin for work, and when we return again we will stay there. I loved that Publix was right behind them.

    3
    « Average Best Western »

This was an OK hotel. Close to highway so was very noisy. You enter the room from the outside of the hotel instead of the inside. Had to walk through the parking lot to get to breakfast. Check-in took awhile because only one person working desk. Lots of decent restaurants to choose from in area. No elevator-only stairs.

    3
    « It was okay »

Was not set up well, but people were nice and beds comfy. Food not that great, but it's a hotel. Rooms detached from office so because it was rainy, had a bit of a time getting washcloths and towels, which should have already been in the room. No real issues, just like to have everything in order when staying in a hotel. I would probably stay again, if sunny with no rain. Would also go ahead in special instructions when booking and make sure that there are enough washcloths and towels in the room. Breakfast looked decent, just wasn't very tasty to me. Waffles thin and burnt. I do realize that it is a hotel tho, so not gonna fuss about that.

    5
    « Outstanding Stay »

Every time this hotel gets better and better! Comfortable beds, clean and very friendly staff! We stay here every time we come to Nashville. Never have had a bad experience. Always clean and friendly! Love this place!

    2
« Needs updating and lots of cleaning »

Our room desperately needed some updating. Pretty basic no frills place. One very small sliver of soap provided. Sheets appeared clean but dingy. Bathroom was relatively clean. Quite a surprise to find our room had two double beds instead of the king I reserved. Floors were laminate with no carpet at all. Floors were NOT clean. Several charter coach buses parked in the lot. Surprisingly the room was quiet. We did not stay for breakfast so no comment on the food.

« Stay at Best Western in Franklin TN »

My stay was very nice. Very friendly hotel employees, Nick the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. David the Hotel Manager was very helpful also. Housekeeping was very good at cleaning the room. Will continue staying here for work.

    5
    « Great Value »

Have stayed many times for Business. Best price for Hotel in the area. Modern recently remodeled rooms and friendly staff. NOt a luxury property but if you just want a nice hotel at a decent price this Best Western is very good.

    3
    « Just okay »

My son's basketball stayed here. It is next door to Shoney's and Waffle House. There are many restaurants across the street. The room was small and clean, but reeked of smoke. I suggest to bring lysol. Breakfast was paltry. Tip: its hard to get on the property if you're coming north from the interstate.

    « pleasure trip »

I found this hotel has very well run staff and service which I found to be exceptional. the only compliant is that the pool was not open. they also went out of their way to help to rent a good car. They also did a very good job my room clean and I always had fresh towels to use.

    5
« Nice place to stay and very reasonable »

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this Best Western. The rooms are updated and well kept. Very clean and comfy. I will stay here again. I felt safe at the location. There's a lot of traffic in the area so plan accordingly.

    5
    « Great stay! »

This hotel is very neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived in the evening we wanted a restaurant close by that was not a chain and had good food and beer. The desk clerk sent us to the perfect place in downtown Franklin!

    3
    « Just a stop over »

Took a chance on this one after seeing some questionable reviews. However, it was the right location at the right price and it was a pleasant stay. We were checked in by a friendly clerk who accommodated our request for a roll away bed. He also knew how to handle Best Western gift cards for payment at check in which I find is rare for some reason. Pretty standard older BW. The room buildings are actually separate from the lobby building. Out side entrances. Beds were comfortable. Good hot breakfast in the morning staffed by a friendly hostess. They had an outdoor pool with bath house that looked nice and a fenced in playground for the kiddos. We paid $85 plus tax on a Friday night which was more than reasonable for the Nashville area. Right off the highway so easy to get to with restaurants and gas stations nearby. Nice place to stay if you won't be spending much time at the hotel.

    1
    « Wouldn't return »

Well, we were very surprised by the fact that the hotel had outside doors, which made us all feel uncomfortable. Don't feel fooled by the updated rooms as the only thing they have updated are the faucets and the headboards. The AC sounds like the rain is pouring outside and the popcorn ceilings leave something to be desired! If you want an early wake up call, all you need to do is stay there....as people dragging their luggage outside will surely wake you up!

    4
« My first choice in the Nashville area »

Staff is always accommodating and very friendly. Rooms are very well furnished and clean. I compare the rooms here with much higher priced hotels. It is just on the fringe of all Nashville's activities. The biggest issue I have is that if you don't get to your room early, you will not have a nearby parking spot. Noise from other guests can sometimes be a nuisance, but I turn the tv up a little to cancel it out. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

Nice staff. Great rooms, however smoking is really a smoking room, smoke is thick in there. Overall very clean and accommodating staff.!! I have to make this 200 characters long or it will not post so this sentence is to fulfill that.. Thanks

sink stopper sliced my finger bad, trying to plug water, bed had 5 pillows but they were half the size of regular pillows. Bathroom had some tile grout patch work that was bad. there was some channel on tv one day but not the next.

    « Great stay, »

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Loved the morning staff in the breakfast area. The manager and lady staffing the breakfast area were very helpful with information about the area and had lots of recommendations on places to visit. and even a map on how to get there!!!

    5
« Excellent accommodations for the PRICE. »

This hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy the city of Franklin and Nashville TN. For the price the accommodations were excellent. It does not have outside entrances which is a bit dated but it doesn't take away from the things that count such as cleanliness, complimentary breakfast, quietness, helpful staff, and many other amenities that we did not need. I would recommend this hotel if you are not picky about inside entrances.

« Another Great Best Western »

We usually look for BW first when traveling and the Franklin Inn did not disappoint us. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable with good pillows, and it had a great shower. Mary was the attendant for the breakfast area and she was simply delightful. Not only did she keep the area clean and well stocked, she was friendly and eager to answer our questions and give us suggestions about the area. It was a hot breakfast including the pancake "printer" and great coffee. If I had to find a con, it would be the Wi-Fi. The first night, it was reliable with a constant strong signal. The second night it was just hit and miss, but that wasn't a problem for us since we weren't there on business. AN IMPORTANT NOTE: This BW does not have an elevator, so if you have difficulty climbing stairs, be sure and ask for a room on the first floor.

    4
    « perfect driving stop »

We were in Orlando and travelling back and needed a stop along the way. We wanted a clean affordable place. We stayed at another brand on our way down and were disappointed. This is a perfect clean place. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was good but I would have liked some fruit.

    5
« Friendly, helpful staff; clean room, attractive »

After driving 4 hours to a new city with daughter and grandson the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and meet our special needs. The on duty manager gave us directions and suggestions regarding points of interest. The staff also gave us extra towels to accommodate personal needs. My only personal problem was the bed was too hard but many people like that and it usually means a quality mattress.

    3
    « Beds are old »

Nothing too terrible about the place, but the beds are old and uncomfortable. Also the curtains do not block out the bright light from exterior lighting, so hard to get a good night's sleep. It seems a lot of work crews stay here, and hang around outside drinking and smoking after work. The good part is they are up and out early, so they go to bed early. They weren't an issue for us, other than seeing all the cigarette butts and litter in the parking lot. We could not change channels on TV after many attempts, so called front desk. 20 minutes later we were still waiting for someone to come . . .

    3
« Booked Nonsmoking ..But It Had The Smoking Stench »

We booked ahead of time and specified no smoking, but it was evident that this room at one time was a smoking room. The bed was comfy, and certainly clean enough. It was within walking distance to fast food, but around 15 minutes to downtown Franklin. They had a breakfast which was quite adequate. If you are handicapped, request a ground floor room as there are no elevators. It was fine for an overnight stop, no major complaints.

    4
« excellent for the cost. »

We found everything we needed in our room. We found the television to be a good size. The breakfast was also good. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The location was excellent. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

    4
« Nice Stay in Franklin »

The Best Western Franklin was a nice stay for 2 nights. The staff was extremely helpful and our room appeared to have been recently updated. It's in a good, safe location within walking distance to restaurants and Publix grocery.

    5
« My doubts were shattered, it was great! »

Just like the other reviews...seemed iffy at first but give this place a try. Staying at a motel is different but don't let it put you off. Great location, staff was nice, bed was great and the price was right on target compared to other places during my stay!!

    4
« Good but not worth the price »

I've been staying at this motel for years on my two trips to the area and they have made tremendous updates. Along with this came higher rates each time. This time it was $95! I was walking out when the manager made me a better deal. It was good but not enough to get me back in the future. The motels in the area are extremely unreasonable due to the amount of construction in the area. Companies are booking blocks of rooms so everyone suffers. We will be staying elsewhere AND only staying one night rather than 2. That being said,,,it is a very nice motel now....but it's STILL an outside entrance motel and not worth what they are charging.

    5
« Good place to stay »

Would recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate. Experienced no problems. Just found the room with king bed rather small. Shoney's Restaurant is next door, therefore handy for an evening meal.

  • 4
    « Needed a place to rest... »

I thought this hotel was perfect for what we needed. After driving 14 hours, we needed a place to rest before getting back on the road. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good too! I'm amazed that some people expect five star food from a hotel.

    3
    « Not much sleep! »

Checked in and was given a lower, front facing room. All was good until very early morning heavy traffic began moving. Walls seem to amplify outside noise. Paper thin walls I guess. We were both awakened and up at 5:00 AM. So we decided to hit the road 3 hours earlier than planned. At checkout, I mentioned this to the clerk. She told me to request a backside room if we return. Needless to say we didn't return. Room and facility was clean though.

    3
    « Nod Bad »

They were in the process of updating while we stayed in early April of 2015. The rooms were small, but they were affordable and just what we needed. The continental breakfast was a joke. The worst breakfast at any BW we have stayed at. All warm food was "cooked" in the microwave, and not many options for fresh food. Just was not anything "writing home" about. For the price it was just what we were looking for. Because of the time of year, the outdoor pool was not available.

    3
« Good place for a night or two, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! »

We got the last room in the hotel the first night here (as we had planned to stay somewhere else but had to leave due to bugs). This was a handicap room. The parking lot was pretty full so we had a difficult time getting a parking space near our room. The room didn't have a lot of updates but we were just happy to have a place to sleep at that point. The next day we checked out of that room and into another one at the same hotel. The beds were clean, no signs of any bugs. Flat screen tv in the room, but we never turned it on. We each had cell phones and lap tops so finding enough outlets available was no fun. The other thing we didn't care for was there was no light switch inside the bathroom, so you had to turn it on before going in ... which in the middle of the night makes it easier to wake others up. There is a hot breakfast available from 5-9 each morning, with options like eggs, gravy/biscuits, sausage/ham, pancakes one morning, waffle another, muffins, oatmeal, coffee & juices. Very Clean and well stocked. The hotel staff were fantastic. Every single encounter was overly friendly and helpful. The manager spoke to me several different times, never knowing who I was, but just in general conversation. Nick on the night desk was very nice. The downfall of the hotel itself is it's location near the highway, so there are lots of noises. My particular room had a shower head that was spraying water (from where it was attached to the pipe and not wrenched down tight enough) ... that water sprayed the ceiling and onto the exhaust fan and ran down, which was hard to contain with the shower curtain so the floor got soaked. There was also black mold on the ceiling in one corner of the shower which I assume was from the excessive moisture caused by the shower head attachment. Overall I had to rate this as an Average hotel because of the mold, noise and lack of outlet space, but the room other than that was really well maintained on a daily basis and smelled clean, which was important to me. The room did all have new door locks which was, I'm certain, at great expense since the technology was a scan type system. We did also use the laundry area. No coin changer, so we had to go to the desk for that, but they were very nice about making change.

    4
    « Comfortable beds »

The BW offers comfortable beds at this Franklin location. The desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, offering travel sightseeing suggestions for the area. Our overall stay for two nights was quite satisfactory.

    3
« Best Western Franklin was ok and not ok »

There was nothing Super bad about the hotel... the room was dusty and had worn out carpet. The beds were not the best, but not the worst. The pillows were tiny square pillows. The room was quiet, even with a fully booked hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was great, but i don't feel like the hotel was worth what I spent. I have stayed at econo-lodges and motel 6's that were nicer.

    3
    « Good Price »

Nothing exceptional about this hotel. It looked like it was going under a renovation. The price was great. The location was very good for anyone traveling down route 65. Overall, we got what we expected which is an older hotel in a decent location for a very reasonable rate.

    5
    « A+ hotel »

Excellent hotel and service, especially for the price. Great and we'll ran breakfast as well! Courteous manager. It was very nice and comfortable for the price, and great for families so we're happy. . Impressed!

« It was ok before....not so much now......won't be back. Lost a longtime customer. »

I have been staying here for several years. Good stopping point on our way south. Upgrades have "helped" to make the room look current, (bathroom counter tops and some furniture) bathrooms haven't been upgraded. Looks like they forgot to finish painting and trimming. Mold in the grout, stained carpets. Exterior doors on the room have gaps between the floor and the outside door jam. So much so I have put towels so little creatures don't squeeze in. When people leave at the crack of dawn to continue their trips...they don't care. You're up with them. You hear everything! Check in staff is polite. Manager not so much. I told him of a problem with our room (the heater/ac was leaking so much water our floor was soaked by the bed) They didn't want to move us and he said "If you don't like our hotel there are plenty of others to choose from". Well, we arrived at 12:30 a.m. and if I left....I lost my money! How was I to know that we would be swimming in water? Yes I guaranteed my room with a credit card, but I also thought I would get a room! Not a swimming pool in my room. Breakfast was ok. Same thing as all the other Best Western's. The juices seemed be a tad watered down (and no they weren't in need of replacement) I tried all of them. Good way for the hotel to save some money....dilute the juices. We have found a much nicer hotel within the area of this BW. Price very comparable to this BW.

« Quality - Car trouble, only 3 hotels in walking distance of repair shop »

Car trouble while driving Interstate 65, we broke down and luckily a ford dealership was around the corner. Searched using my cell phone and reviewed the 3 closest hotels in walking distance of Ford repair shop. Based on the reviews I only had one choice other than spending $200 a night for a room. Johnly was the Front desk person and he was very nice and helpful. I always take a deep breath before opening the door to a hotel because you do not know what it will really look like. but it was a welcome surprise completely renovated rooms, clean. No place is perfect but for the money it was a 5 star. We spent 2 days waiting for the repair which was what I really needed to worry about not the room. So thank you Johnly and Best Western for making a bad situation a little better.

    « Not that Good »

Hotel is over priced for the size of the rooms. If your familiar with BW you will think you checked into a Days Inn or equivalent based on room sizes. I cant help but believe this hotel was something else and upgraded and converted to a Best Western. Its clean and up to BW standards but over priced for what it is.

    2
    « Look elsewhere. »

I booked a room with a queen sized bed and was given a room with a full. The rooms are extremely overpriced. There were black hairs all in the bathroom floor. The only good part about my stay here was the man that checked me in. He was super friendly and mdae me feel welcome but the good from the friendly welcome was shortlived once we got to our room.

    1
« Do Not Stay at this location »

The website said that this hotel was recently remodeled. It was not. The mattress was badly stained. The fixtures were rusty and dirty. The furniture top was sticky. My friend staying in another room had dog hair all over her bed.

    4
    « Great hotel »

Enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms and bed were ok. Staff was very courteous. I'd recommend. Had to use a smoking room as non smoking was sold out. That was a bit unpleasant but nothing the hotel could avoid.

    4
« Clean, friendly, good breakfast »

Room was recently painted, bed was good, room was clean. It does need a little more updating, but for the value it was good. The staff was very friendly at the counter, in the breakfast room, and the cleaning staff all were helpful and friendly.

    2
« Clean rooms poor everything else »

Internet didn't work, no phone books. Front desk told us to call customer service for internet. When you are in the lodging business you shouldn't unload you problems on paying guests. They also didn't have a phone book we could use and that is the next logical place to go for information when the internet doesn't work. If you like powdered eggs you can get all you want here.

    « I lucked out »

I unexpectedly got stuck overnight in Franklin during a business trip. After dinner I went looking for a hotel for the night. The Best Western was on my side of the street, so I pulled in and rented a room for the night. The check-in was quick and pleasant. The clerk happily provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste and a razor. The room was very clean and well decorated. I appreciated the microwave, one-cup coffee pot, and free wi-fi. The water pressure in the shower was very good. I was on the first floor in the back and there was some noise in the morning but it didn't bother me. The hot breakfast bar was better than in most hotels. If I ever get stuck in Franklin again, this is where I am going to stay.

« Best Western Franklin INN is the "IN" place to stay when coming to this town .... »

It was the death of a dear friend that required me to travel to this city in which I wasn't sure just where to stay in terms of hotel but the family suggested this location so I booked the room and will forever be grateful that I listened and chose to stay here. The courtesy of these professionals was most kind, gracious, and helpful. The price was reasonable and the room was nice and comfortable.

    « Lighting and noise »

Very friendly staff, great breakfast and clean room. The outside lighting was very bright and the curtain would not keep the light out. There was a lot of shouting outside by other guests which made it even harder to sleep. Also, the mattress was HARD! Great staff though.

« When in Nashville saty here »

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Less than half hour drive to Nashville and close to fast food, grocery stores for snacks and Charlie's is walking distance away and reasonably priced for what you want.

    « well located clean »

Great value, clean, helpful, accommodating located well I would stay again. Had a pancake making machine Novel and good. Staff was really interested that you were happy with their facility. The only thing I would ask for is a desk chair. I stayed in a handicap room which was great for my age and felt very secure but I think maybe they needed room in the unit so couldn't have desk chair

    « Good option »

This is an older and large BW in a popular area. It is well maintained and very clean but our mattress "sloped" on one side and was not particularly comfortable. We were unable to partake in their extensive and delicious looking breakfast but the coffee was very good

    5
    « Great Hotel! »

Staff was great! We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come and hang out in Nashville. Internet service was wonderful as well. If we needed anything, someone was quick to help out.

    5
    « Excellent »

Excellent except a lack of complimentary breakfast. You have to pay. Staff was great. Except understaffed, only one young black man trying hard to help several EARLY EARLY check outs. He was wonderful but some customers were frustrated trying to find him. I knew he was doing something else for another customer.

    1
« Don't stay here unless you have to... »

You get what you pay for here... And this place is a hole in the wall. The service was awful, the room smelled bad, the refrigerator didn't work. And the bathroom was awful. So yeah. Don't stay here...

« Good for the rate »

Good location-short distance to downtown, close to interstate connection. Room was clean and comfortable. Too few parking space. Would consider staying again as we enjoyed Franklin-- charming downtown and many restaurants to choose from.

    « Clean, pet friendly! »

We were very pleased with our stay of one night. Check in was seamless. Our room was on bottom floor , which was very convenient since we had our dog with us. The room looked to be newly updated and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, pillows a little hard for my taste. There are a couple of washer and dryers available for guest use. Restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. Breakfast was typical, but the attendant kept things clean and nicely maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Great service »

Staff was very helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. We were there with a high school wrestling team and parents and fans. They handles our large group with ease. Convenient to the interstate and downtown Franklin. Very reasonable rate.

    « They allow pets! »

Traveling to and from Florida with our cocker spaniel we needed a hotel that would accept pets. For $20 more, we were able to keep him with us. Bed was comfortable - breakfast was okay and checking in/out was easy.

« My review fo BW in Franklin TN »

The rooms are recently refurbished and very clean. I booked about 2 weeks in advance and received a super good price. I will certainly recommend to anyone it's a great deal, close to where I needed to be for business and about 1/3 the price the others in my group paid who stayed elsewhere.

    « hotel stay »

The hotel was in a convenient area accessible to I 65 and easy entrance and exit. Room was satisfactory and staff was helpful, breakfast had a good selection. Pillows could be more comfortable other than that we were very pleased with entrance to hotel, staff helpful etc

« Don't Let the Outside Fool You »

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay in Tennessee while traveling to Illinois. Usually we don't like to stay at hotels where you enter the room from outside. We drove up and had 2nd thoughts, we are so glad that we gave it a chance. The room had 2 queen beds, microwave and refrigerator plus the standard amenities. The room smelled pleasant, carpets were clean, beds made with plenty of pillows and also clean. Bathroom was also clean. We are so happy that we came and the price was right. Hotel staff was courteous and plenty of things to do and restaurants in the area.

    5
    « Thumbs up »

I travel a considerable amount of the year across the US. This was my first experience with this hotel and my overall impression was very good. Check in was fast and the front desk staff was very courteous. The property is fairly large but well maintained on the outside. I can only vouch for my room, but is was spacious, well lighted and quite comfortable. I carry a black light flashlight to inspect the rooms cleanliness invisible in normal light. My hat's off to the cleaning staff, the room was virtually spotless (bathroom included) under blacklight inspection. I often stay at several of the 5 star chains and many are unbelievably nasty when exposed UV blacklight. I stayed for four nights and was very happy with my accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Franklin.

    4
    « godd Value »

We were happy with the over-all experience. Parking lot and walks were snow covered and ice covered from snow serveral days earlier and was a safety issue. Wi Fi was good and the room was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

« Very pleased with our stay. »

This was a nice hotel for our family. We chose it last minute while traveling through Tennessee. Our room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. We were also pleased with the options available for the continental breakfast. If we visit the area again, we would be happy to stay at this hotel.

    5
    « Great overnight »

On our way to Orange Beach, this is our go to hotel for the night. It's clean, convenient (right off I-65) and has a good breakfast. We are also allowed to have our dog with us. They are very accommodating about giving us a 1st floor room since we have the do and my mother who is 84 with us.

    5
    « Excellent Choice »

We stayed at this location on our way to Florida and after a long day of driving this was a wise choice to stop at. The room was fairly small, but the bed and bathroom were well kept and clean. The highlight was the breakfast--a large variety of hot food choices and a friendly staff.

    5
    « Wonderful stay! »

We had a great time. The air conditioning was wonderful! It was cold when we visited and it was nice walking into a warm room! The staff was wonderful and polite! I did not personally see the cleaning staff, but they were busy working. The parking how ever could be a little better with out the bumps in them. That is the only sore spot, But overall the stay was great! It was also a great spot because everything was in walking distance! Publix was near buy and I could just walk over and also the starbucks.

    « Surprised »

Great time.. Seeing family and wanted/needed a place that allowed pets. Nice surprise to find a place with great room (clean.. no odor, not even lint on floor) at a wonderful price! From the gent checking us in to the lady checking us quickly out.. wonderful! Even the lady that was setting-up the breakfast was friendly!

    « Great value. »

For the money we paid this hotel was great. Even if I was nitpicking I would be hard pressed to find fault with this convenient stop along the way. Just needed a clean place to lay my head and this more than filled the bill.

« Nice stop for quick night on road trip »

My husband and were driving from FL to WI and this was about half way point. Pulled over late at night for a couple hours sleep. Room was clean. Check in was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing to write home about but my son loved the automatic pancake machine. It is an older home but seems to be taken care of well.

    5
    « Great value! »

My family and I got a great deal per night and the reviews were excellent so we booked a hotel room for our family vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by the lobby and our room was very nice. We got a king sized bed for my husband and toddler. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

    4
    « Clean and Comfortable »

This was a good value for the money. It was clean and comfortable. An older hotel but updated. A good value with no problems. The beds were good and the room was quiet. If you're on the second floor it's a bit more effort as you enter the rooms from the outside. No inside hallways. But the price is much less than an enclosed hotel.

    5
« Excellent Quality for Cost »

I stay at this hotel monthly. The staff is always super accommodating, even if I forget my reservation until the last minute. They rooms are always very clean. It is great having a microwave and fridge in the room. They recently redid the ice/vending area and it is much nicer. Great value!

« Extremely disappointed with my Best Western Franklin Inn stay (1/1/2016-1/2/2016) »

I'd like to express a concern with my most recent stay at the Best Western Franklin Inn Friday 1/1/2016-Saturday 1/2/2016. My friend and I were initially assigned to Room #201 and we were disgusted with what we saw in that room. Below is a list of what we witnessed: Trash on the floor A thick, black, smeary, tar-like substance on the floor Hair (several different colors and textures) on the pillows and in-between the sheets/comforters on both beds Dingy, white sheets/comforters/pillowcases A variety of spots and stains on the sheets and pillows on both beds Needless to say, we immediately requested a new room. Upon being moved to Room #230, we found it to be a little better but not by much. Both beds had 1) dingy, white sheets/comforters/pillowcases, 2) hair (several different colors and textures) on the pillows and in-between the sheets/comforters, and 3) still a variety of spots and stains were on the sheets and pillows. This was still very disgusting to us. Housekeeping agreed to provide us with new sheets/comforters/pillowcases for one (1) of the beds. He brought them to the room, dropped them on the bed, and left. In shock, we had to call him back in order to have him change the bed's linen. That was intensely strange customer service to us. Moreover, when we looked at the white towels before showering the next morning, they were dingy and soiled looking. Lastly, after awaking the next morning, we saw bugs in the room commonly known as "stink bugs". Respectfully, included with the campaign, "Best Western For A Better World", should be "Best Western For A MUCH Better Room". My friend and I were highly turned off my this specific Best Western location and are surely unlikely to support other locations around the country. I understand that "Best Western is committed to providing superior customer care at all Best Western hotels". However, we felt like $81.00 (the 20% discounted total price that I haggled Nick for after numerous complaints about the rooms) for one (1) night, was not a fair price for the negative points I listed above. These are areas where "providing an excellent customer experience" was definitely overlooked. I appreciate your attention to this matter and will look forward to your response. Thanks and Happy New Year!!! Cordially, Patrick Noble Allen 678-637-5395

    « Great value »

Overall, it was clean and comfortable and provided me what I wanted and needed for my two-night leisure stay. Value was great. I would recommend this to someone looking to star close to Nashville for a very reasonable rate.

« clean and inviting, nice decor »

Very impressed with hotel and staff. Room was very clean and inviting. Beautiful bed linens and modern decor, and not to forget a very comfortable bed made me feel right at home! Will definitely choose this hotel for future stays.

    3
    « Affordable and clean »

Basic and affordable accomodation, near i-65. Nothing fancy, but the room was very clean and well-kept. The bathroom had a slightly moldy smell, but I didn't see evidence of any mold. Though it was near the highway and shopping/restaurants, our room was quiet.

    « Best Western Experience »

« A Great Stay for Shopping At Cool Springs & Opry Mills »

We come to the area every December and June, however this was our first stay at this Best Western but it will not be our last. Clean, quiet rooms, with awesome night clerk who called our room to check if everything was to our satisfaction the first night. Breakfast from 6:00 - 9:00 am. Both hot and cold choices (normal continental breakfast). Easy in and out located off I-65 in Franklin, TN. Shoney's located next door, but Pasta & Cream across the road. Name says it all. Awesome Pasta and great ice cream.

    « Best Western »

Very nice staff, clean rooms! It was a great location for what we needed. Easy access to local shops and restaurants. I loved the checkout time which was 12:00 instead of 11:00, which gave us more time to recover from the trip and rest in.

    5
    « Two Night Stay »

We spent 2 nights at this property. While it is an older facility, upgrades made our stay very pleasant. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Well stocked Breakfast Buffet. We will use this property again in the future.

« Best Western Franklin Inn, Franklin TN »

Very reasonable rate compared to competitors just 10 minutes north. The room was clean; bed was comfortable enough. I slept pretty well. Breakfast was good, though I would have liked to see more fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this to hotel and will likely use it again myself

    3
« Good for the money. »

Not enough parking spaces though there is probably enough room to mark spaces if they would make the effort. We had to park a long distance from our room after we came in from dinner out. Room was nice but small. Good location but on a very busy street. Instead of turning left out of the front driveway (needing to cross threes lanes of busy traffic!), go out the back which brings you around to a traffic light. Nice breakfast included.

    3
« Not a bad place to lay your head »

I stayed at this hotel this past November while in Tennessee for business. This hotel was sufficient for my needs. Breakfast was well appointed, like most Best Westerns. The location was also convenient with countless shops and restaurants within walking distance. I had to be in Franklin for a convention so this hotel was near by but if you are looking to do something in DT Nashville this hotel may be a little out of the way.

    4
« Best of the Best Western Chain »

Very Clean, Great Location for Nashville activities. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. My only reason for not giving it an excellent rating is the noise of the other guests (construction workers) and inability to park near my room.

    3
    « It's okay but nothing special »

Not a horrible choice but it was noisy and only average. I booked through Travelocity so there was no real checkout. I asked for a receipt and was told that I would have to get that online via Travelocity. I guess they don't like for you to book with an online agency. The breakfast was really good with a good variety of items. The lobby seemed always busy with "meetings" and so it made it difficult to use the lobby computer. We were only there for a few nights so it was ok.

« Clean and renovated, but still too much for accomodations »

Was making a 750 mile road trip and like to stop in Frankin TN to break it up. Our usual stay is the Hilton Garden Inn. Found out it was fully booked, as many others near by. Other hotels were running $200 a night- too much for just a bed to sleep in!!! Found this hotel on TA. Was just average; granted for an old two story, outside door room motel, it has been updated with new furnishings. But small room, and I think at $92 a night for a double bed, overpriced. I would only recommend it if EVERYTHING ELSE is booked, and you are passing through Nashville, not seeing the sights there. Decent free breakfast (scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc)

    5
« Franklin TN Best Western »

Good value. Very clean. Very convenient location - could walk to grocery store and a wide choice of restaurants. A large playground is on site which you don't usually ever see at a hotel. Looked like some very good conference facilities probably at a value cost.

    4
« Great Location with all the Amenities »

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location was very convenient and easy to find. There was lots to do nearby with many good restaurants. Even the artwork on the walls was nice. There was plenty of parking. Lobby was nice as well.

    4
« Great staff, great location. »

First, the staff was wonderful - very friendly, helpful, accommodating. They make staying there a wonderful experience. The building itself is not the best - an older motel model that does not allow for good air flow in the rooms. Our heater fan made noise - the equipment seems very old & outdated. In spite of this, the room was comfortable & it was definitely clean. Breakfast choices were pretty good - they even have soy milk, which is great for those of us with lactose issues. :) The oil-based margarine product provided is tasteless - I would recommend also offering real butter. There is a pancake machine; also, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs & a breakfast meat are offered. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

    « Convenient, clean and friendly staff....average beds/pillows. »

My wife and I stayed at this location over the Thanksgiving holidays while visiting family in Franklin, TN. The location was convenient for us and the staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The room was clean, however, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

« Great hotel for traveling with a small dog »

This hotel worked out great for us as we were traveling with our small dog. There is a lot of green space around the property and as a bonus, there's a Starbucks within walking distance! The property is older and has exterior doors (which I really like traveling with a pet), the rooms are clean and the decor is fine. It seemed like a family owned property and I felt like the family took pride of ownership in their hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we travel with our pet. Note: they do charge a $20 pet fee which I didn't see anywhere when I was making the reservation.

    5
    « Pleasantly surprised »

When I pulled up I was surprised to discover this was a motel rather than a hotel - I usually do not select places without outside entrances to my room. We were able to pull up right to our room, there was no noise through the night, the room was very nice and clean. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Franklin.

    4
    « B/W Steps up! »

I've been staying here off and on for about 10 years and decided to try it again mainly due to the points I was finally able to use. Glad I did so I can give an update. They have stepped up their approach! All new lobby and rooms(Most are done so be sure to ask for on...it makes a huge difference). Nicely done. Very nice people and did so much without having to ask. The rates did go up but are in line with the other motels around except maybe the Quality and it is not that great but about 20-30 cheaper. Try to use a discount at the B/W. The 2 night stay was excellent and I'll be back in the Spring.

    4
    « good stay »

good value nice honest staff. Breakfast was ok but not great. the staff are very attentive and nice. I will use this place fairly regularly over the next few months as I will be in the Franklin area often

    « Ky415 »

The employee at check in very friendly. We were traveling with a very small dog so the pull up rooms on ground level was great. The problem I had was that the room smelled so strong of disinfectant that my eyes burned an throat got scratchy, was actually scared to go to sleep the Oder was so strong. I called the front desk an ask if they had something to pull the odor out but was told all they had was room deodorizer. Certainly didn't need anymore odor. I was then told them there was nothing they could do. So be sure you are not put in a previous pet room, unless this is regular procedure for all their rooms.

  • 4
    « Nice »

Stayed there for two nights with my family. Decent hotel, very good service at the front desk. Accommodation is suitable to the price. I recommend it for no more than 2 or 3 nights, since the rooms are small and the parking is just behind the room, which means some noise late and early in the day.

    5
« Great value, friendly and helpful »

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was wonderful, hot and well prepared. Room was clean and well equipped. Pet friendly with reasonable rates. Laundry was available at reasonable rate. Good parking and area was well lit. Highly recommend it!

« Good value for the money »

We were originally reluctant to stay at a hotel with the old "motel" feel (doors to the parking lot), but the rooms were surprisingly clean and modern, with the exception of the doors to the bathroom. Beds were very nice and it was very quiet. The location is great, with access to multiple restaurants and retails stores near by. Breakfast was also good.

    5
    « Awesome Experience »

I am extremely happy with Best Western Franklin, TN and the staff there. I stay there monthly and I left my FitBit there last month. I called them much later in the day after check-out and asked them to check my room to retrieve it and I would pick it up the following month. I am extremely pleased to tell you they retrieved my FitBit and I picked it up this month when I returned. Talk about an awesome staff. Thanks so much! You ROCK!

« Pleasantly surprised again and again »

My wife and I spent two nights here and were treated with great respect and with a sincere interest in our needs and desires. The room was very clean and well furnished with quality furniture and appliances. We will stay there next time we go to Franklin and would recommend this motel and its excellent staff to anyone going to Franklin, Tennessee.

    « Clean, comfortable & quiet »

This motel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was polite and helpful. The location was only about three miles from the Historic District, which was where we were going. Overall, it was a good stay for the money. I'll probably use their services again when I'm in Franklin.

« Road trip to New Orleans »

Good hotel set up like a motel with the lobby in centre and the rooms behind. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and hot water. Nice hot breakfast included in the reasonable price and the hotel was close to amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

    3
    « Quick overnight »

The rooms are decent, but this is an updated old-fashioned motel with no interior lobby. Cars were parked right up the room door. The bathroom sink area was updated and looked nice. My husband thought the mattress was very comfortable - more than other stops along our way. Staff was very nice too.

« Quiet, Friendly and Clean with a great price »

After staying at this Best Western for two nights, it is hard to remember staying somewhere that had better service and amenities for less than $90 a night! Everything at the Franklin Inn seems new. Our room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts that are included with your room charge were fantastic. You are offered a wide selection of items from pancakes to fresh cooked muffins. While the inn seemed rather full with guests, there was always plenty of parking. We checked in and checked out easily and quickly. All the staff we interacted with were professional and very friendly. You cannot beat the location as it is just yards from an interstate entrance and less than 10 minutes from downtown Franklin as well as an easy drive to Brentwood and Nashville. On top of that, you are within walking distance of several restaurants and very close to a shopping area and a gas station. We have stayed at Best Westerns before usually with great results though this visit even exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend the Franklin in, not matter if you are visiting the area for business or for pleasure.

Nice place for overnight stop. Older but clean and well maintained. Room had a bit of smoke smell even though was non smoking room. Common areas very nice. Breakfast items included eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, make your own pancakes along with usual continental breakfast items.

    « Four Thumbs Up!! »

« Will stay here again »

Great Place, Great Value, Great People. Highly Recommend, next time we are in the area, we will certainly stay here. Make sure you talk too Mary at breakfast. She is a great resource for area information. You will definitely want to go to Pucketts in Leipers Fork. Tasty meat and two in a quaint small town.

« Great hotel. Great price »

We decided to stay at this hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and we also had a coupon. The staff was very friendly and the rooms was great. The room was large. Cable and Wi-Fi were great too. We didn't try the breakfast because we usually don't like the continental type breakfast and prefer to go to a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!!

« Best Western Franklin Inn »

This is a good place to stay for the money. It is very quiet. The management is making improvements as they can. The staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast is very good with a wide variety of items. As the improvements continue, it will become an even better place to stay. I was greeted very well upon my arrival. The only negative I had was there was not a striker plate for the door to our bathroom. The door would stay shut but not tightly.

    3
    « Average but that's ok! »

Clean room. I personally didn't like the bathroom sink situated in the main room and not located in the toilet/bath area. Slept in so I didn't have the breakfast. Very nice interactions with front desk at check in and check out. Plenty of well lit parking. Lots of food choices close by. If you don't mind the sink in the sleeping area then this is a fine accommodation.

    « 2 night stay in Franklin. »

When we checked in the woman was sort of rude. Didn't have any problems with that after that afternoon. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Slept very well. Room was clean but nothing fancy. Breakfast was really good. It was much more that we expected. Only real complaint was that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and didn't get filled the two days we were there. Luckily we found a small bar of hand soap that we used in the shower. It worked fine. In their defense, we didn't complain about the soap dispenser. It is also in a great location with a Shoneys right next door.

    « Clean, Friendly, Convenient »

Very accommodating staff, no attitudes here just smiles! Was In the area for a long weekend getaway and wanted to do things in Franklin and NVille. Found the location right off I65 convenient for both. Room was clean and modern w/adequate amenities (King, No smoking) included a blowdryer, iron and board, fridge, 32" tv. Breakfast is included and if you like either; cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits, cream gravy, choice of juices coffee, etc. then you won't be disappointed. We weren't. BTW there is a rear entrance with access to a Publix, Home depot, etc shopping Center. I'll stay here again.

    « GREAT STAY »

Close to many familiar shopping stores, restaurants and fast food places. easily access to I-65 and downtown Nashville . The room was just right having had a pet which had plenty of room for just his items. Rooms were very clean (newly renovated) helps. The bed was a bit hard from what I am used too but still comfortable. The staff was very attentive and breakfast was just what you needed to start the day.

    « Franklin stay »

Coming off the interstate using a gps is not an easy task. Best approach is to approach from the rear and that is not obviously marked. Hotel is not bad. Rooms are removed from the lobby, comfortable. Be aware there is a gym over room(s) and an abundance of contract worker tenants who are a bit noisy at times. This is for sure our stay.

    « Very Comfortable Stay »

This is a very large place with two buildings of rooms - I'd guess there are about 150 rooms. The lobby was are and attractively decorated and checkin was very nice. Nick, in particular, was efficient and friendly with a good sense of humor. We had a very nice room for the price and the motel is a great place to avoid the high prices in Nashville. Our room was nicely decorated and had all needed amenities. All was clean. The TV was a good size that fit the room well. The facial tissues are in a box next to the ice bucket on top of the refrigerator/microwave cabinet which, in our room, was located near the window. I looked a long time for those tissues! The bathroom in our room had the most unusual faucet ever - the handle was below the spout! I asked for, and received, a first floor room. Rooms that face away from the road are very quiet so you might want to ask for one of these if you are concerned about road noise. Two complaints - the internet was very inconsistent and frustrating to use. My advise is to not plan on having internet to avoid disappointment. They did have a nice charging station sitting on the night stand adjacent to the easy chair which was super for charging and using your electronics at the same time. The bed was soft - it was fine for one night but probably not longer. Breakfast was pedestrian. The gravy was good but the scrambled eggs were the ?chunky blocks? kind. It would be great if they offered skim and 2% or whole milk instead of the 2% and whole milk they offered. Whole and 2% are much closer to each other in fat content than most people realize so having 2% and whole as the choices is almost no choice. I will absolutely stay here again if I need a room near Nashville.

    « Good Accomodations »

We spent two nights at this location while we spent time sightseeing in the area. This hotel is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and was easy to access from the main road. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, and the breakfast offered had a good number of choices. The bed and beddign were clean and comfortable. We used the washer and dryer in the laundry room for guests, and appreciated the wifi. Although the property could use a bit of updating, the overall experience we had was a good stay, with a clean room, and we would stay again if we were in the area.

« Pretty good for the Money »

This is an older hotel that was very clean with some updates. The hotel was very nice for the price. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in the Best Western chain. Management is going the extra mile to make very thing as perfect as they can but this still is an older property that sometimes shows it age...there is only so much lipstick you can apply until it shows. I was surprised that the outdoor pool was set up and ready to go in October, because the daytime temp was 80 degrees. This property is obviously very popular, every unit was occupied and the desk was turning away customers. We addressed a number of items with management prior to our departure. Like I said, the place needs some attention, however I would stay there again when in the area.

« Pleasant Place to Stay »

The staff was very helpful answering questions about local attractions to visit, places to eat and shop, and providing accurate directions. Room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was typical of most motels offering a hot breakfast. I appreciated the free "snack sack" containing an apple, a granola bar, and bottled water that I was given when I checked out - came in handy on the long drive home!

I had stayed at this hotel in years past. There have been upgrades to the entry, breakfast, and the rooms. The bed was very hard and I did not sleep very well, and the bathroom door did not close all the way. It is an old building but it is OK for a cheaper price. On the positive, the employees were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best upgrades. The room was clean and it worked well otherwise.

« Clean, quiet hotel, conveniently located. »

My husband and I were on a business trip and We stayed a total of 6 days. Our first night we got into town early and checked in last minute. Had a ground floor room parking right in front. next day we checked in again, this time for 5 days, I requested a ground floor room as I injured my knee earlier that morning but the receptionist looked at me hesitsntly and said no. I was rather annoyed a few minutes later when I peeked into 5 freshly made rooms on the ground level which we could have possibly been given. I felt bad for my husband who had just carried most of our luggage upstairs to the second floor, so I didn't complain about it. We really struggled with finding a parking spot, we ended up parking next to the stair well. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Three days into our stay we woke up to a call at 6am from reception letting us know we needed to check out so someone could come to perform maintenance in the room. After a long night working I really didn't appreciate a call that early in the morning, we moved again this time back on the ground floor. The rest of our stay was fine. Breakfast was good, showers were warm etc.. I'd suggest fixing the parking situation. Many rooms to board people and not many places parking is not good. Also front desk need to be more aware of courtesy calls, 6am is too early. Decent stay away from home. Laundry available as well.

room was comfortable and clean. appreciated all soaps and lotions were in wall mounted dispensers and environmentally friendly (no containers in landfill) Room was quiet. Shower spiket was about 7 feet up the wall and too high. There were 4 half size pillows on each bed..prefer standard size pillows. Loved location just a few hundred feet off I-65 would stay again.

« Very Happy with Value »

This place met my expectations and for the area was IMHO one of the better hotels. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff did a great job. Area was safe to walk to and from restaurants and the room was clean and sufficient. Parking was plentiful. I'd stay in this hotel again.

    « Best Price, close to I 65 »

This was the best pricd hotel, close to Nashville where my husband had a medical proceedure. There is a huge playground for children and a pool, and lots and lots of restaurants within walking distance. (There is no sidewalk from the hotel to the first stoplight, but afterwards there were sidewalks and we walked to Garcias Restaurant). We were on the very end and it was mostly quiet, the street is busy and noisy. The staff called us later in the day to ask if everything was alright in our room, which was a first, and a plus. The room was good, the pillows were strangely small, the loo was tiny but the tub was nice, and kind of reclined. Most importantly, we'd stay here again. Good breakfast with attentive staff.

    « A great stay! A great value! »

My husband and I were looking for someplace to stay in Franklin that was nice, but at a reasonable price, and in a convenient location. We have stayed at Best Western hotels before, and have been happy with our stay. So we chose this hotel. It was more than we expected, and the price was very reasonable. The room was very nice, with two comfortable chairs, a small table and a refrigerator. It was nicely decorated and the bathroom was also very nice. It was located close to every place we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice in the last month. The room have been clean and t he staff very nice. Will definitely stay here in the future. The breakfast is like all others nothing special. This is a large hotel, however, we couldn't get a room on our last visit in the area.
