Best Western Plus Elmendorf Hotel

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we called to see about early check-in the computers were down but the front desk said they'd call us back when they were back up and they actually did. The complimentary breakfast was good, the room was clean other than one of the blankets had something on it that looked like it should have been able to wash out.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Best Western Hotel. The issues we encountered ranged from slightly uncomfortable to out right dangerous. Ranging from an unclean room, no water in the shower/bath tub, to cutting myself on metal from the bed frames to name a few. Do not stay at this hotel.

This was a great hotel to stay at considering that we were going to compete in Somerset, TX, which is about 20 min away. The hotel was nice and comfortable and the fact that it had breakfast was even better for us. Thank you Best Western for a great nights stay! We look forward on visiting you soon.

Convenient location and good amenities. The staff was very helpful in getting a good rate for an extended stay. The rooms were clean upon arrival and were maintained regularly. The atmosphere was great.

From check in to checkout we had a great experience. Frankly, we weren't expecting too much but we were so happy we stayed here. Clean, friendly, helpful and professional. Room (hotel in general) looked and smelled fresh and clean. Mini fridge was all we needed. The shower head left a little to be desired but that's the only negative. Continental breakfast was great w courteous and friendly staff. Pool area was clean and came w a full towel rack! A couple bbq pits left behind were useful.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff! We made a last minute stop late into our drive for our family of four- you never know what you're going to get off the highway, but this was impressive and we enjoyed it! Thank you!

The hotel is very nice (seems newer) and has a great breakfast offered. That's the end of the good though. Their DirectTV doesn't have the Weather Channel so I was unable to catch up on any of their shows that I enjoy when traveling for work. The amount of Semi trucks that are in the area is absurd. They all double park along the main street to the hotel all the way to the truck stop so even though it's a 2 lane road with a center turn lane...you have to drive in the middle. This hotel is located in what seems like the middle of nowhere. The only places to eat are fast food or at gas stations. There is nowhere withing 15 minutes to sit down and eat and relax.

First - the room card reader (door lock) was not functioning so one of us had to stay in the room at all times to protect our belongings. We asked to be moved to a different room and were told none were available and it would be fixed that evening of our stay, but it was still broken when we left. Second - the room was not clean. There was a used bar of soap in the dish in the tub and the bed appeared to have been slept in. There were no other hotels in the vicinity, and we had traveled 450 miles and were too tired to try and find something further down the road. Third - We asked to speak to the manager when we checked out and were told she was not available in person or by phone and there was nothing the desk clerk could do to either at least apologize for all the inconvenience or give us a discount since the stay was so awful. Fourth - The tv remote would not change channels. It changed volume but nothing else worked. Glad we liked the Paramount Network! We have stayed at Best Westerns in the past, but we will not in the future, and we will tell everyone we know not to spend their hard-earned money at a business that does not care if they are taken care of or not. We are appalled at the overall demeanor of the hotel staff, the room quality and the lack of professionalism by everyone we encountered in our one-night stay.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. There was a mini fridge and microwave in every room which came in very handy! You may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner though as the bottle given for 2 wasn't even the size of my finger, however we greatly enjoyed our stay! The beds were so comfy and the king is luxury! The breakfast was hot and though it was a little small, it definitely got the job done! We love this hotel and will most definitely be returning!

Staff will notify you right away if property is left behind. The lobby is very nice and comfortable. Property is a little out of the way from the highway. Do have to pass through a lot of parked semi trucks, being that is close to a truck stop. You do have to hear that noise, also. The staff is also very nice there and will accommodate your needs.

This is a nice, no frills hotel. Staff is great. The room was very clean. Bathroom was good. Shower was hot and good pressure. A lot of business travelers here. I experienced no problems. Plenty of parking

Staff was friendly. Room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. We had to request more towels and toilet paper. Some of the main areas were sticky during our whole stay. They did accommodate our early check in which was at 6am.

Nice staff, terrible smell to drainage at 4 am strong enough to wake us up, staff didn't care when I told them about odor. Heard same issue from another guests during breakfast, not a great experience

We came to San Antonio to visit SeaWorld. The hotel was clean and in a quiet location. About 25 minutes from SeaWorld. If you want a variety of restaurants you'll have to drive a few miles, but there are some fast food chains within a mile. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great! We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean property but the surrounding area isn't great. Lots of vacant lots strewn with trash. Wanted to take a walk, but didn't feel comfortable, so just walked on a nice treadmill. Room was well decorated, very comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Broken desk chair in our room, my husband sat on it and it flipped right over! Front desk guy not too friendly. Nice breakfast.

I made a reservation at this hotel by mistake (wrong city.) When I called i was informed that it was too late to cancel. I could see that for see that for the 1st night, but the 2nd night I should have been able to cancel. Never staying at a bw hotel again

We've enjoyed our stays at this location. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. Manager Arti, Amy, and the entire staff do their best to accommodate everyone. Breakfast is good, but the wifi is terrible. This hotel is located behind a Pilot truck stop, but back far enough that (from our room) we couldn't hear any noise from the truck stop, or from the highway. Plenty of fast food establishments, and convenience stores close by.

Everything was nice the clerk checking us and was very polite and very helpful the room is very clean smelled good look nice I rented two rooms they were both nice breakfast was pretty good your standard continental breakfast

This Best Western plus in Elmendorf had a friendly, nice, easy environment. Clean rooms, not a lot of fragrance. Could use some fresh air & anti-mildew inside though. Pretty good breakfast. And great nights sleep! Good beds!

Do not stay here ! After a long drive , we checked in at around 7pm exhausted. My wife had reserved two nights. After the elevator and hallway smelled like something had died , we got to our room. At 6 am we were checking out. Upon turning on the lights that morning, we noticed that the top half of the headboard (which went to ceiling height) Was molded , visibly molded ! Then we went to shower, the tub/shower combo was molded. There was a lot of hair that did not belong to us in both the tub and bath area. So we went to check out , (after 15 min of her looking in her computer) only to find out they had messed up the reservation and already checked us out. When we told her what we found , the young lady at the desk was very indifferent. I would leave her name but there was no name tag, she was wearing a playboy sweatshirt !! I asked if my wife's company would be refunded for the 11 horrible hours we were there. She said since she checked us out there was nothing she could do. At the end of the day this place is dirty and does not care about being dirty!

This hotel is amazing. The front desk lady and manager is awesome, and they can even work with you during check it if need be. My husband and I were very impressed with the room size and the bathroom size (king suite) the best was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable! Great shows on the tv. The internet worked great! The a/c works amazing and it can get very cold. Over my stay here was beyond amazing!!

Stayed here a year or so ago and it was great so we booked again. We asked for a quiet room when we booked online. While the bed was ok - not the best and certainly not the worst - there was a noise like someone learning the flute and playing the same 3 notes all night long. It must be some kind of air leak around the A/C. Reported it in the morning so hopefully they can figure it out. Make sure you get a room on the side away from the parking lot as well. WiFi wasn't working so I sat in the lobby to finish my work. Staff was nice both times.

During my frequent stays at this location, I've often discovered issues with sanitation. Most times, I let it slide; taking into account staffing shortages everywhere… However, this time was just over-the-top nasty. The first thing I noticed was the dirty toilet. I called the front desk and they sent someone to clean it. Of all things to NOT clean - the toilet! Really? Makes you wonder how good a job they do on the showers and tubs, since they're harder to reach. Later that night, after showering, I reached for the blow dryer. The blow dryer handle was sticky, had some hair stuck to it, and was just gross. It was clear to me, this blow dryer had never been cleaned. Yet, this hotels has signs displaying the “extra” steps they take to insure cleanliness and sanitation to protect their guest. WHATEVER!! I just don't see it, and they want to blame everything on “COVID”. I left my business card with a Mr Patel, whom said he was going to talk with the general manager and get back to me regarding making the matter right. It's been several days, and no contact from anyone at this location.

I'm not sure how this hotel has good reviews but the rooms were disgusting (we booked 2). Handprints all over the windows, floors were not vacuumed, bathrooms smelled sour and one of the soap dishes in the shower stall was completely off the wall and left sitting on the toilet tank.

My main concern of hotels where I stay is the cleanliness. The two rooms I got were very clean and met my expectations. I asked for extra towels and received them in my room in less than 15 minutes after checking in. I really appreciate the service I received.

I was not impressed with the overall experience at this location. First off, it is not an easy place to locate the first time you go there. The only locations to eat at near by are fast junk food places. They are not serving hot breakfast while everyone else in the area is. They offered a grab and go bag which included a very small orange and a bottle of water. I will not return,

Super nice clean quiet hotel! Desk staff very friendly & helpful- bed was so comfortable- love the secluded location & still easy to get into San Antonio w/o all the traffic chaos- will definitely be back again!

From checking in to checking out staff were amazing and the room was perfect. We didn't have an any issues. We arrived night in the early morning and the staff took us in with no issues. We called ahead and they made sure to provide us with directions since it was in a back road.

I was on the road and had to connect with work to release a payment. I tried to use the WiFi at a nearby truck stop but had a lot of trouble connecting and was running out of time. I came to this Best Western and asked Peggy, the griping desk agent, if I could use the hotel WiFi. She was very gracious and gave me the hotel code. I released the payment with just four minutes to go. This was a case where I really needed help but did not need a hotel room. Peggy was extremely gracious to help me. She doesn't know me but I do have a Best Western gold card along with many other hotel brands. Her wonderful assistance points to a great management team that empowers their employees to do the right thing. I will remember that the next time I am shopping for a hotel room for business or pleasure!

Late night trip going back home and we were too tired to drive so we checked into the Elmendorf location and it was awesome the bed wàs comfy and very roony I enjoyed the room very much pleasant would recommend

The woman that checked us in, was wonderful! She had such a great attitude! I also loved how clean, and beautiful this hotel was! I'v been to plenty of hotels, and this was one of the top ones, I would stay at again. Not to mention the breakfast was good, and was fully stocked. The woman that keeped socking up the breakfast was very nice!

I don't often leave reviews but these guys have earned it. Best Western as a brand has really taken steps to revamp their image so we took a gamble for a late Valentine's weekend in San Antonio and stayed for two nights. The property is a little bit of a drive outside of San Antonio proper but is well worth 10 extra minutes' drive for both the value and comfort. The room was impressively clean (I have admittedly high standards), the bedding was comfortable, the air system was strong and adjustable/very comfortable, all the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was really quite good and ran surprisingly late. We had a minor inconvenience with the shower not getting very hot but I think it was just a fluke and suspect that it will be fixed quickly. The staff was apologetic about it and offered us a different room, which was the only thing they could immediately do to fix it or appease us. I'm pleased with our stay. Great value for clean rooms and professional staff. We'll stay again.

Stayed two nights and was very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms were clean, quiet and every one of the staff we encountered was both friendly and professional. They all seemed to want to make sure that if you needed anything they would try to accommodate..

Excellent customer service. Room was very clean. A little confusing to get to hotel. Did not have early check in option for free. Had to pay $25 to check in 2 1/2 hours ahead. Friendly staff and fast check in.

This hotel and staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The location is convenient for me while visiting family in the area. A little difficult with heavy truck traffic in the area, but overall a pleasant staff.

I called around the secluded area in which we needed to stay. Best Western gave me and my guests a special rate and everything went smoothly. It was nicely decorated, everything was in good condition and modern. I would stay there again if needed.

This was the second time I've stayed here. I like to stay here because, if you are going south you don't have to worry about city rush hour traffic. The people were great and the room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast. They had Bacon, Chorizo and Scrambled Eggs (very good) Tater Tots,Waffles with several flavors of syrups as well as many other typical breakfast items. The price was reasonable also.

My Family and I had an Excellent experience at BW Plus and plan to come here again soon! The rooms are very spacious! The Breakfast was Great, the staff were Excellenr!!! The staff were Exceptional!!!

This hotel it's really dirty I do not recommend it there's roaches everywhere water they don't have water in the rooms I had so many problems in this room that even the cheapest hotel in town and I think it's better than this one I will not recommend it

clean grounds outside, kept neat. hotel is 4 years old. both check in and out went pretty good. enjoyed the breakfast very much. the breakfast room was clean. service was good. only downside was the dirty ledge outside room 213 should be cleaned every couple weeks or after a rain.

The accommodations were nice. Easy check-in/check-out. The rooms were nice and kept nice. The pool area was nice. The dining area was nice and accommodating. The staff was friendly. It was a little bit out of the way and 18 wheelers everywhere, but nice place otherwise.

had to hit the road again and headed south and looked for the closest best western to the facility i was headed to and this was it. Book my stay online at bestwestern.com and had no issues and when I arrived the staff made me feel at home and upgraded my room at no extra cost . Everything was great with the room except could\\\\not get hot water just lukewarm , and i love me a hot shower after a hard days work and 1st think in the morning , a little kink in my day , but i will live. Will be back and stay here again and hope the water will be hot then.

This Hotel is a little hard to find but is it is worth it once you get there. This hotel is very clean, has everything you need, and is very quiet. Be careful. This hotel has a lot of trees around it, so certain thing you don't see in the city will be present, such as snakes and scorpions. But not to worry, the hotel is very accommodating. They have things under control.

Over the years I moved beyond the Best Western Brand. Selected this hotel completely based on geography and was very, very pleased with the choice. Spotless property, excellent service - great value, right on the way to where I wanted to be! I'll think Best Western (Plus) next trip!

It was a welcoming stay for me and my family. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, especially Ann. During breakfast she was helpful and made our stay even more happier. Thank you for an enjoyable experience we will come again.

Demand written receipts daily. Nice place and good service don't mean honest pricing. Same room $85 to $180 in 4 week period with no receipts or representation of changes. Had to request written sheet at checkout.

Kansas City, MO to Elmendorf, TX is a very long drive by any measure, made even longer by the abysmal traffic situation in...Texas, generally, especially Austin. What the heck, Texas? Does TxDOT require everyone in the state use I-35 through Austin at the same time? Worst. Traffic. Ever. Owned by Ashwin Gajera, and managed by Kunal Patel, the Best Western Plus Elmendorf Hotel was a welcome sight. A little off the path and kind of by itself behind the Pilot Travel Center, the property is well-lit and well-maintained. The hotel parking lot was sufficient but not spacious; you cannot drive around the building nor is the parking area trailer-friendly so if you are pulling a trailer you will have to be creative. The long edges of the parking lot (if you pull a trailer regularly you know what I mean) are marked as fire lanes, so no parking there. The alternative is parking along Eagle Ford Way with the overflow trucks that could not park in the Pilot Travel Center parking lot. Seriously, Eagle Ford Way was lined, both sides, with OTR heavy trucks. By morning the only lane open on Eagle Ford Way was the center (turn) lane. Traffic is virtually non-existent on Eagle Ford Way so using the center lane for travel wasn't a huge issue, but it could have been interesting if there was even light 2-way traffic. Check-in was a breeze. I had pre-booked so I did not expect anything else. The lobby was clean and well-lit. Staff was friendly, courteous, and neat. My room was spacious and well-appointed, containing all of the usual amenities one expects to find. The king bed was comfortable, the bedding clean. Good selection of channels on the flat screen TV. I do think that they need to step up their in-room housekeeping a bit. If I could, I would knock off half a star for the long black hair(s) I noticed in the bathroom and the stains of unknown origin I saw on the bathroom wall and sides of the dresser and nightstand. Being a little off the path there wasn't a lot of noise to deal with during the night but being on the ground floor a couple rooms down from the lobby meant I did not need a wake-up call. As soon as they started getting the breakfast area ready in the morning there was quite a bit of rattling and clanging going on. A really minor annoyance, but if you plan on sleeping past 5:00 AM or so consider asking for a room that isn't somewhat adjacent to the food prep area. No stars off for that. Breakfast was fairly typical hotel fare. I enjoyed the sausage rolls, which were a little different, but the scrambled eggs-in-a-bag were the same as you get at almost every other hotel. I did avoid the breakfast potatoes; there was a LOT going on in that dish. No stars off for that, either. Check out was seamless. The clerk was friendly and efficient. I was offered either a hard-copy of my receipt, an emailed receipt, or both. 132 words about services in the area: fuel is no problem since there is a Pilot Travel Center literally up the road, but pickins are slim as far as food & services. There is a Sonic, a Burger King, and a Frank's Tacos nearby. There is also "Bill Miller Bar-B-Q," a 4-star rated BBQ restaurant but I arrived too late to try it. Nearest Walmart is about a 20 minute drive, nearest medical facility is about the same distance, and if you need a mechanic you are probably staying in the wrong area. I wanted to take a star off for food and services in the area, but that lack is absolutely NOT the fault of Best Western Plus Elmendorf. If access to certain services is or becomes important during your visit you need to plan ahead. Overall I would stay at the Best Western Plus Elmendorf Hotel again if I have to be in that area. I thought it an excellent value in a secure location, and would recommend the establishment to friends and family who have the misfortune of travelling to south Texas. I always thought Dallas traffic was bad, but traffic through Austin is BAD. Make sure you have plenty of fuel, recommend topping off in Georgetown, 30 miles north of Austin, if you have less than a half-tank.

Hotel was very clean if it wasn't for the strong mildew smell would give them a 5 stars I enjoyed my stay and the staff was awesome the breakfast was just okay nothing special Wright about I did not use the pool or Fitness area

This hotel always prides themselves on customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to get you yoor room options and the breakfasts are very good. Its quiet and comfortable.The staff is always greeting and checking on you to ensure that your stay is the best.

Stay was an outstanding experience from check in to check out. People were friendly, pool was clean, mini gym was available for my boys to continue with their workouts. Rooms were awesome, that included internet and Direct TV with many channels not basic local channels like other hotels. Overall excellent!

WOW! What a lovely hotel. From the start, you walk into a clean beautiful hotel. Check in was very easy, the room was fantastic! Couldnt asked for a better hotel. In the morning the breakfast was wonderful as well. Great job to everyone at the hotel!

Check-in took super long because the reception lady was a new hire. Only 2 people working and lots of guest checking in. Room was nice however there was a bug on the bathroom floor. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Breakfast was good and the host was wonderful.

Clean and comfortable hotel. We had a restful night's sleep which was much needed. We were not able to enjoy the free breakfast as our trip was for bereavement purposes. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

everything is great here. breakfast is awesome. room clean -- yep i checked the bed and the bathroom -- excellent my remote didn't work -- but the hotel staff came to the room and discovered a problem with the cable hook-up. they fixed it then and there. room is quiet . -- will stay here every time i come to San antonio! and would def recommend to others.

Overnight stop. Great place to stay, very clean and staff was phenomenal! Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Only suggestion is wish they would serve breakfast until 10am. Would make it easier since we usually eat as we are leaving! But great hotel!!!

Friends we met in South Padre recommended this hotel when they heard we planned to get about this far on our first day's drive. Very nice decor, good breakfast and coffee. We stayed in a "wide" king room that was handicap accessible in order to get the rate my phone showed. Desk clerk helped find a solution Would stay here again.

I chose to stay here because it is south of San Antonio and I didn't want leave during morning rush hour. The hotel is near !-37 but is off the road enough that you don't hear the traffic. The hotel is like new and very nice. The desk clerks were all very helpful.The room was very clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent. The morning I was there they had Chorizo and Eggs scrambled together, as well as fried potatoes and bacon as sides. They had Waffles with three different kinds of syrup. The yogurt and oatmeal both had different things you could stir into them. you also had Continental breakfast items. The breakfast is great and the lady in charge of it kept the area clean well stocked all the time. I highly recommend this location.

Bes hotel in Elmendorff. The staff was very professional ! You won't find another hotel in Elmendorff with these services. Room looks and feels great compared to others. Great parking area too and proximity to highway. Also, conveniently located near food amenities.

My first time at this hotel and i enjoyed staying. Excellent hospitality and cleanliness. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and everything was fresh. I will come over and over when I come visit my family and friends.

I had a very disappointing experience, arrived late to the hotel and could not report these problems because I had to hit the road in the early morning . No hot water, heater was not working properly and toilet did not flush

Hairs all over the restroom, scratchy linens, house keeping knocking on doors at 9am to collect towels “in case anyone needs extras” but I asked for a blanket on Friday, Friday night, Saturday morning and evening and again on Sunday... never got one. This was for our daughters State Finals in soccer so I get it... your booked. But don't lie to me and tell me you will be right there with one, or give me a minute and I will call you to come back down, or let me get housekeeping... you have one job... customer service! Horrible beds and I was up all night. I would have rather stayed 35 minutes further away at the LaQuinta like we have across the country then to ever EVER subject my family to this again!

Exceptional Best Western!! In All aspects!!! Extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff, and the price was great for all amenities! The free breakfast was very impressive as well! We will most definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area and will (and already have) recommended this Best Western to others!

I recently stayed at this BW Plus and I was very happy with my stay. From the moment I arrived, the check in employee was very professional and courteous. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast could use better selections but it was good for my needs. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here if you are in need of a hotel while visiting the San Antonio area.

Although it was a bit difficult to locate the hotel, I'm glad I chose this place to stay. The room was very spacious and extremely clean! Looked like we were the first to use the room, I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely only concern we had was difficulty finding..you need more signage visible once exiting off Interstate. Would recommend to others & will probably stay again next yr same time when we travel from MN to Rio Grande Valley

We enjoyed our stay (one night, in town for family funeral). Staff was attentive and friendly. Service was efficient. Only issues were one bedside lamp was nonfunctional, and bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

This hotel looks very nice but is lacking in the customer service area. I choose Best Western Plus because most of them are pretty nice have not been impressed last two visited to Best Western Pluses. I know things could be improved if manager was on site regularly never did see a manager.

Great staff, helpful security person to find parking for large moving truck, warm and welcoming. Staff were responsive to advance calls and supportive during stay. We felt right at home, away from home. We are grateful we took the drive to find this hotel.

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes outside of SanAntonio in a small, quiet community. The hotel can be hard to find since the street is new and not in our GPS, but it was worth finding. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and they served a great breakfast buffet. They even had shredded cheese to sprinkle on the scrambled eggs, which was a nice touch! We recommend this location if you like to stay a little out of town in a quieter setting.

It's a very good hotel within 30 miles of San Antonio. It's less expensive than hotels in downtown SA, but a lot cleaner and quieter. It's a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown - so if you jsut want to spend the night in a comfortable, quiet and clean location - this is the hotel for you :-)

First it was difficult to find if you are not from Texas. It in the middle of nowhere. We have our own car and still got lost several times, several exits and going around in circles on freeway. Room looks clean upon checking in. But as you start lying on the bed you can see small smudges of eyeliner and make up. I ask for extra pillow and indeed there's that eyeliner skid again. It cant come from me bec i don't wear make up at all. There was small take away container at the bottom of the aircon. It was already there when we arrive. We left it there to see if housekeeping next day will pick it up BUT its still there when we return that night, and it stayed there until we checked out LoL. They don't clean the bathroom floors either so during out stay the water foot stains just stays in the bathroom and sink area the whole time. One time they left a plastic of trash on the carpet, in the middle of the room. Likes - Laundry in your own time is convenient for a fee of $2 per load (wash $2 + dryer $2). - Breakfast selection is decent with waffle maker (you make your own) bagels, bread, oatmeal, scrambled egg, sausage (same kind mc donalds serve on their sausage mc muffin). - Parking is free, in front of the premises. - Printing document is free, you do it on your own in the business center. - Lady at check in front desk is patient and helpful. - staff always smiling

This hotel is a little gem!! Stephanie and Mary were awesome. The rooms were big, clean, and super comfortable. We had no issues with anything. The breakfast was delicious!! The waffles are a must have!!! We will not stay anywhere else but this location from now on!! The military rates were great too!!

Went to San Antonio for parents anniversary. Perfect price and location for what we were looking for. Quiet area off the busy road. The staff was extremely helpful an knowledgeable. The breakfast was ok. If back in the area will probably return.

Great place to stay. The hotel was clean and felt new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate how well they took care of us and our soccer team while we were there for a tournament. We ordered food in and ate in the lobby. We had plenty of room for the whole team plus all the parents. The only issue was that there are no places to eat close by, but I am sure that will change soon.

Very nice quiet and clean really comfortable only front receptionist at morning weekend very rude no empathy or customer service and breakfast forget it .. no food ..!!! Guest making a line at lobby waiting on food and server not bring enough for all person waiting .. breakfast at this place very bad idea ..!!! And also please fix your survey it's very hard to summit

The hotel was very clean! The housekeeping service was great! We did not have any problems the whole time that we were there. The breakfast area in the morning got a little messy, but with everyone fixing their breakfast in a buffet style setting, this was expected!

Spent one night with son during soccer tournament. Close to fields,Mission City Soccer Complex. Super clean, spacious room. Would 100% recommend if passing thru. Sonic and Subway are close. Not too many "sit down" places to eat near hotel. Great hot breakfast in AM.

Was very happy and very pleasant with the the hotel . The employees were very well educated and make you feel right at home . The rooms were very comfortable and organized . I Was very happy to stay with the family at a safe hotel .I and my family Was very happy and very pleasant with all the help that with need it .

This is a place that the staff and the manager work very hard to make your stay a pleasant one. The facilities are excellent and well kept and breakfast is always good. Thank you to the staff, especially Mr. Patel with his assistance booking. And Mary for helping with any problems.

The hotel is new and very nice. Unfortunately my shower was disappointing. The water was not very warm. It is cold outside and I was looking forward to warming up with a hot shower. The beds were comfortable.

Nice new hotel. Very quiet, pretty isolated, not much nearby other than a pilot and a BBQ place. Staff was great, room was clean. Don't stay in room 123 unless you get up early, its right next to kitchen so I was woken up by kitchen staff preparing breakfast at 6 am. Not the day of sleeping in I was hoping for. Other than that however it was a nice clean place to stay.

As usual, the staff and location of this hotel make it a fantastic place to stay. Glad I found it. I stayed in different locations before and did not care for the amenities. (they were poor) This place is great. I will always stay here when I travel to this location.

I stay at this Hotel anytime I come into the area, the entire staff is very friendly, they always have a smile on there face and you can tell they really care about people which is really bard to find nowadays,

I'll start by saying this is probably the best service I've ever had at a BW, or any chain hotel for that matter. It has no highway noise since it's away from the main road, though this also makes it a little hard to find (from 1604, take the road between Sonic and the Pilot Truck Stop). The room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold options. The only downsides were a noisy AC unit and wifi so weak it was nonexistent. As I only needed a place to sleep this was a minimal problem for me, but could be a problem for others. I was on the 3rd/top floor which might have been the cause. It is also out of the way for exploring northern/central SA, resulting in about a 30-45 minute drive.

The staff is fantastic at this place. After staying in other hotels I tried BW and was amazed. This is the only place I will stay in this area. The food was well prepared and there is no issue with parking or security.

We came out of state for a funeral called ahead to confirm special needs person said no problem. We get there as stated we wait 2 hours 2am to finally get our room no blankets, cold breakfast broken microwave, waffle maker and no compensation for the inconvenience. We were a sad family left with a sad situation.

I had a great stay in Elmendorf thanks to this hotel. The bed was comfy and the shower was perfect - great water pressure. I loved the breakfast. The staff made the stay though! When I was getting ready for a wedding I needed a sewing kit and April had just what I needed. She went the extra mile by helping me cut a string afterwards when I needed a scissor. Thanks for everything!

Staff, breakfast, check-in and out, the room and everything about these two stays were consistently outstanding. You guys have a brand new hotel and that helps a lot but your attitude and friendliness goes a long way. Thanks for making both stays a pleasant experience!

The hotel was nice it a smaller hotel. Had no problems with the hotel it self. The rooms were nice and clean. It was quiet there is a lot people oil field worker's staying there. They were no problems. The hotel is hidden off some side street you have to make you GPS it. My only problem with the hotel is the street it is on the street has big potholes and big trucks park on both sides of the street so you have drive in the turn lane. There is a truck stop near by so I guess they park on street if there is no room. There is a few fastfood restaurants nearby. Other then that not a lot of choice for eating out in the area.

Best hotel so far after visiting San Antonio for a few years now. Location to us was great, a little hidden but all we needed was right there close by. Price was great, staff was very good. Will definitely have this place in mind for our next trip.

Second time at this hotel. Had an issue earlier this year, and management resolved the issue promptly. Two rooms were booked, and both were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection is awesome, especially with the fact that they have two waffle makers which helps with the flow of the line. Customer service was amazing, especially from Vick P. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We discovered Best Western Plus last year while we were on vacation in CO and loved it. Your are our 1st choice now when we travel. Your people are friendly and helpful, your hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, your breakfast is terrific and your rates are reasonable. You are a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price. This is one of the best Best Westerns I have stayed at. The building is newer and very well kept. The staff was professional and friendly. A little hard to get to, but well worth it. Highly recommend this place, but when you get there ask for a room away from the ice machine.

The housekeeping is awesome in coming in and cleaning your room. The pool is really nice, well stocked on the pool towels and super clean. Just Awesome all the way around! Stay you will not be DISAPPOINTED!

We stayed here for a couple of days while our ac went out. The staff was amazing! Brenda and April went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! They have a great breakfast selection and everyday was something different. Very quiet hotel and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Had a very nice time here at Best Western Plus. April, the receptionist that checked us in, was very kind and helpful with our needs. She made us feel like we were at a place that felt like home. I would definitely come back and I recommend this place to anyone traveling through.

The staff is exceptional, the ammenities are of the highest quality and the hotel is quiet and extremely well kept. I will definately be staying here in the future. The location is easy to get in and out of.

Large parking. Clean room. Hard to get but worth it. Good place to stop while traveling truck stop and Whataburger real close by for food and fuel. It is a plus BW so it has a elevator. The breakfast there is the standard hotel deal good coffee and juice. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is perfect in every way. From front desk greeting to final check out I was amazed at the perfection of this property. Friendly, helpful, informative staff, beyond excellent accommodations and at a price well below that of comparable hotels. The property is a bit 'hidden' but well worth the discovery.

Fairly new hotel...everything on point! Helpful, friendly staff. Food was good. Everything very clean and organized. Was recommended by the business I was visiting, and they were correct in how pleasant the hotel was.

We stayed at ths Best Western on Thursday, April 28. Our room was a 2 queen bed, accessible room on the third floor. The bathroom has plenty of grab bars, and a fold-down seat in the shower. Very quiet.... Never heard any noise or other guests in the hall. The room with the ice machine and soft drink machine is just a few doors down. There is a hot breakfast offered which is good. Staff is very helpful. We accidentally left an item in the room when we left and didn't realize it till we were well on our way down the road. Since we would not be going thru Elmendorf anytime soon, they offered to send the item to our home. The hotel is very near several restaurants fairly easy access off the freeway.

zoila at the front desk was wonderful in helping us find the hotel. its a little off the grid and siri got us lost on an abandoned forest road. i called the hotel and she was gracious and patient. it set the tone for the whole stay. nice, new, great beds, cant hear through the walls, excellent breakfast. would stay again. :)

We had a wedding to attend 10mi from the Hotel. We stayed one night and it was the perfect location for us. The check in person was super nice and helpful got us the extra bed we needed for our daughter. The breakfast was great even though we showed up late the lady provided everything we needed. The room was nice, comfortable beds. The kids also enjoyed the pool. It's a new hotel therefore things are nice.

I don't remember her name but the girl that checked us in was awesome as was the on that checked us out. Everyone that we met that worked there were really great. You know when you travel as much as I do, you always find that one employee that is very disagreeable. This was a leisure trip and the staff at this hotel is truly one of the best that I have stayed with.

My husband and I went to SA looking to get away from our daily lives. We wanted adventure, yet to be alone. We found this beautiful hotel in Elmendorf, TX. It was about 15 minutes away from crazy downtown SA but still close enough to avoid long commutes. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by front desk staff and, who I presume were, housekeepers. It was a pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect for us. If I ever find myself in SA again I will definitely come back without hesitation! Thank you for a great stay!

We booked the two rooms hoping to get them both in the same floor, they ended being next to each other. When I opened the room I thought someone was in the room because the sheets were in a position in the middle of the bed where it looked like someone was in it. There was a whataburger cup on the counter, used towels in the restroom floor, and paper in the toilet. We checked in after 8pm, a couple of hours after check in time. Either they didnt clean the room or someone was checked in to the same room. We spoke to the receptionist, (we showed her pictures of the room) who apologized, and gave us a room in a completely different floor. We then had to get our luggage and move it. We bought food before getting to the hotel which got cold by the time we got everything settled. We had an amazing day with the family and that experience just ruined the night.

The hotel room seems like it is in the middle of no where. We were there 2 night and we did not receive maid service at all. The hotel specified daily maid service but apparently it was a lie. The hotel room is every nice I guess because it is new so the real test would be if they can maintain it. The location is basically it a very isolated area but it about 20 min from down town and 10 min from major business and restaurants.

This is a beautiful new property, very tastefully furnished, and for the most part very clean. Great breakfast variety. The staff is exceptional and very professional and friendly. The location is close to Brooks City Base, Downtown San Antonio and southeast outlying areas.

We arrived around 5 pm we were greeted excellent and given all the information needed for our trip! The food was excellent and the room was excellent! I had forgot to pack a toothbrush and it was provided. I will be back and hope anyone traveling will do the same. Thank you to everyone Especially April she was extremely accommodating like a FIVE ST AR HOTEL!

The great customer service began as soon as I walked in. Front desk lady even went out of her way to help me plan out my family outing to san Antonio river walk. The lady cleaning my room over heard me say I was going to go swimming with my girls. When I walked into my room she had left me a cute towel structure and a note stating she had left us extra towels to go swimming so sweet?? the entire staff seemed happy to be there everyone was smiling and greeted us really well. They made us feel at home which is exactly what we need when we are on vacation. Breakfast was stocked and very good. Hotel wad well kept up an room was clean and kept up loved every aspect of my stay thank you so much for a wonderful stay best western ??

This hotel is brand new so everything is clean and great. The breakfast was really good. We had the place to ourselves for breakfast. The staff was so friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Loved the fireplace as you walk in.

Every time I stay I always enjoy it in here. They help accommodate breakfast to my schedule, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Specially a very nice lady named April at the front desk takes care of any issue that my crew may have.

This is a very, very nice hotel. My husband and I were amazed at how updated, impeccably clean, and inviting the hotel. The rooms are nice and big I will definitely be staying here again over the Days Inn.
