    « A very pleasant stay »

Great location, right in the center of the theater district. Clean, roomy accommodations. Super helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again. And by the way, there are two pools: one indoor and one outside! Free hot breakfast daily.

    « Best Western - Branson »

Always enjoy staying here. Indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub. Very good breakfast and centrally located on the Branson Strip. It's a little on the pricey side but with the great location it's worth it. Very good steak house on the same parking lot as the hotel which is a plus.

« Not up to reviews. »

We were going to stay the weekend but checked out early. 1st our room was dirty, bathroom sink had hair all over it. And one of the queen beds had not been changed. There was mascara on the sheets. The front desk did come up and change the sheets. Breakfast was difficult to find even though we had the map. Thought it was unusual that you had to walk through the pool area to get breakfast. Once we got there it was very crowded...eggs were runny. We want to gift shop for "discount tickets" beware tickets are as cheap or cheaper at the attractions no savings here. We were told the 4 Pack for wax museum was 30.99 but on sale today for 27. We bought tickets at the museum for 25. I will not stay here again

I have stayed here three times and have always had great service. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great hot breakfasts daily, inside and outdoor pool and hot tubs and great location on the 76th strip.

    « Good Motel »

We enjoyed our stay. It's not as up to date as I like but it was very clean and service was superior. The kids went to swim and had a blast at outdoor pool. They also have indoor pool and hot tub. It is in a very good location.

    « Branson Getaway »

Overall good value, clean, nice motel. Decent breakfast choices (waffles/pancakes, cereal, donuts, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). Nice indoor pool and hot tub - with lifts for handicap. We would stay here again if back in town.

    5
    « Perfect location »

If you want to be right in the center of the action this is the place for you and your family. We loved the options of both an indoor and outdoor pool that is open late. It's a nice clean place with easy access to Branson's finest in entertainment and dining. You are walking distance to Pasghetti's (one of our favorite stops of the trip) and only an evening stroll away from Andy's and the gorgeous Ferris wheel.

    « Several buildings on a hillside »

Room was clean and very nice. Note: Since Branson is hilly, this hotel has several buildings on the side of a hill. Outdoor corridors. My building had an elevator on one end of the building. If you need to use an elevator, you will be shown where your room is but you will want to ask where the elevator is.

    « Great Branson hotel »

Don't judge a book by its cover, the outside does not do this hotel justice! We stayed two nights & the rooms were very spacious. Free breakfast was good & the staff worked hard to keep it well stocked. The indoor pool was great!

    « Good Branson Location »

Nicely remodeled older hotel in a great location for those who would like to walk to restaurants and activities. The indoor and outdoor pools are small but nice when the hotel is not in peak season. The breakfast room is crowded even when the hotel is not full however. The 'sister property' BW Music Capital Inn is nicer, but this one has a location advantage.

« Best Western in Branson Takes Wings »

First trip to Branson. BW was a typical budget hotel. I like BW, always have. The room interior was excellent. Beds were really comfortable. The door to the room was made from some really inexpensive material and had a large, visible gap at the bottom. We would leave the hotel in the morning and come back in the evening and be greeted by flies. Other than that... great.

    4
    « Spacious »

We stayed for one night prior to checking into our condo for the week. Our room was very spacious. The tub was huge. The inside pool area was small, but the kids enjoyed it. Our room had a fridge and coffee pot. Breakfast was nice and had several hot options. In the end this hotel was better than our condo.

    4
    « enjoyable »

Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was okay but the same everyday. Would like to have had fresh fruit like cantaloupe/watermelon/pineapple. Beds were great. We weren't in the room all that much. Would stay again

« Not Great, but Very Good »

My family with senior adults and elementary children stayed 4 nights, and found this hotel to be very good in almost all categories given that it is many years old - probably 1960-70s style with remodeling/updates not too many years ago. It is certainly as good as or better than what I expected for this chain of hotels (and age) in a heavily touristed town. The Front Desk was welcoming and provided good information during our stay, and Housekeeping was completely adequate to our needs in keeping with this level/quality of hotel. Our rooms were quiet enough, and we were definitely able to keep it cold enough. Rooms and bathrooms were reasonably clean, but water pressure in lavatories was very weak and adjusting the hot/cold valve as a bit tricky. The quality of breakfast was about as I expected for this type of hotel - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc.- nothing fancy but more than minimally adequate, even for family members with varying tastes. The only problem we experienced was that the breakfast room was VERY crowded from 9:00 to 9:30 am (when I closed). Extending breakfast hours would be very useful for folks on vacation and who had been to late shows the night before. Because the summer heat and humidity was extreme, the necessity of walking thru the indoor pool area was a bit uncomfortable as was the necessity to find a table in that area (overflow table space from the breakfast room). We only used the indoor pool which was very good - plenty of space for play and seating. The location of this hotel along the Strip makes it very convenient to all attractions and restaurants, especially when using the Gretna Rd and Roark Valley Rd bypass. This location is also close to other useful businesses - we used Walgreens and Domino Pizza a hundred yards away. In cooler weather a person could walk to several closeby venues and businesses. Because of being on the Strip, I was concerned that street noise might be a problem at night, but because the buildings are set back from the street and air conditioning masks noise, we did not hear noise from the street nor any adjacent businesses.

    « Great Stay »

They where very friendly and we had a great stay. We stayed there 4 nights and couldn't be happier. It right in the middle of all the shows. Presley's, Mickey Gilleys, and more. The price was right on priceline.

« My business stay at BW Center Pointe Inn »

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The motel was located in a very good area. All sites, restaurants, and shows were very easy to get to from this location. The motel was very clean and the breakfast was very nice. Because the motel is so large the breakfast area was located a little distance from our room, but was accessible from within the building. I would stay again.

« It met our needs and location was good. »

This hotel was adequate meeting our needs for bed and bath. It was clean and air conditioning worked great. The indoor pool was great. We had grandchildren pre- teens. A rather odd thing happened. The free breakfast ran totally out of regular syrup. They had little individual sugar free available. A drug store was right across the street to send an employee across on foot for an emergency regular syrup back Up bottle. That never happened. I guess we should have gone and brought it in and auctioned it off. People were making waffles and pancakes and no syrup unless you can tolerate the aftertaste of sugar free syrup. We would use this place again. We ate breakfast outside of the hotel the next morning. It is adequate and friendly. Location is pretty good. It is by the Titanic Museum. It is with the Montana Mike Steak House.

« Good hotel on the "strip" »

Our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson Mo. was very pleasant and comfortable. Great location with easy access to many attractions. Friendly and professional staff. Decent breakfast by the pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    « There's no bar »

It says they have a bar/lounge, well they don't and the Montana mikes closes early. It's an older built hotel, but was okay. The beds didn't smell funny but the bathroom did, and the tub was in need of a good cleaning. We didn't go to the pool because it was always packed every time we looked. People in the room next to us would stay outside of their room late at night and smoke cigarettes, I bet the lady smoked 100 cigarettes and then just left all the butts. The breakfast wasn't the best but also wasn't the worst, if you get there early it's not to crowded. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would've enjoyed it more with a bar!

« Great Location for Music Shows »

We arrived at the Best Western just after noon on Sunday. Fortunately for us our room was ready so we were able to move right in. The folks at the front desk at check in and check out were quite friendly and helpful. The king room was somewhat dated, but the room was in great shape, and the bed quite comfortable. The free breakfast was standard Best Western, and was as good as usual. The hotel is located within walking distance of several of the music review theaters so that was a bonus. We would stay here in the future.

« Great stay in Branson!! »

We found all of the amenities great and we will definitely stay there again when we visit Branson again!! This was a last minute trip and we were excited to find such a good value on such short notice!

    4
    « Anniversary Getaway »

The breakfast area was pretty small and crowded. The staff had a tough time keeping up with the breakfast demand of the guests. The hotel was located in a great area. The staff in the gift shop was very helpful and knew the area quite well.

    4
« Clean hotel Friendly staff »

Stayed for one night with family. The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Nothing fancy but nice pool (indoor and out) and good breakfast. I would recommend for families visiting branson. It is close to many attractions.

« Nice but Not Fancy! »

I feel like we slept great. In Branson we really didn spend much time in the motel. I have a family so we were out and about. We did take part in breakfast daily. The breakfast was really good. They had plenty to go around and the staff was great. They deffinitly need a new waffle iron considering there was quite a line every morning but over all great food. We stayed 4 nights. The rooms are a little 1970's but their clean. The water pressure was non existent in the sink but the shower was great. The cleaning staff was great. Our room was clean every day. The area feels safe and it was very convenient to everything on the strip in Branson. Overall, this is the average motel. We stayed because the price was very affordable and the location was great. Id stay again but I'm very easy to please. Not the best motel on the strip but good experience over all.

    4
    « Fun in Branson »

This was a nice motel and very clean. Free breakfast was just OK. Its location makes it very convenient to all of the Branson attractions with two excellent restaurants within walking distance. Only problem was the noise of the air conditioning unit.

« clean rooms in the middle of the Branson Strip »

This hotel is located about 1/2 through the Branson strip. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and nice variety for their breakfast. This hotel had 2 pools, indoor and outdoor. The internet was down all over but the office but repaired quickly.

    2
    « Never again »

Sorry, but this will be one of my few negative reviews. Usually I just refrain from sharing but I want to be honest and help someone else from the disappointment. Unless you're looking for cheap and a place top lay your head down for the night... Look elsewhere. The room I was in was pathetic, the seal was so bad in the door you could see daylight through the bottom half of the door. You could hear every word said as anyone passed but outside. The faucet was installed backwards so it was hot to the right and cold to the left. They have soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower - I'm sure that saves them money wasted in the individual bottles - but they didn't work well and they both smelled horrible! There property in general was old and run down. Staff in general very nice and outside pool was ok.

    4
    « nice, clean rooms »

the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. the soap dispenser in the shower was pretty nice. no more tubes of tiny shampoo and bodywash. i had my do not disturb sign on the door, and they called me later to see if didnt need any towels, or coffee anyway. which i thought was a nice touch. 2 pools, inside one was nice and slightly chilled. not freezing like most places. the hot tub was also a nice temperature. only complaint i have was the continental breakfast. i saw rave reviews about it online, and even the front desk was talking it up. but the eggs were not even real eggs. they were the liquid eggs in a box. and literally it was waffles/pancakes, sausage links, fake eggs, cereal, juice/coffee, bagels/muffins, and yogurt. im thinking there should have been bacon, sausage, eggs, and definitely more than 1 waffle iron. the fake eggs were very salty also. the staff that was bringing more out was friendly though. but not at all worth rave reviews by anyone. but hey, it was free right?

    « The Best Time »

We had the best time here. I am from another B.W. and only wish it was as great as this one. The staff was so helpful with everything we needed. The Desk clerks are awesome. i really had the best time. I will be back and will send everyone i no up there to u. Again it was so nice in every way we loved it.

    « Nice stay »

Me and my family had a nice time in branson, as old as this town is there are tourist traps every where so be aware. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. But the breakfast was subpar at best.highly recommend the pancake and waffle house across the street. But overall we had a good time.

    3
« It was an ok stay »

The room was very small. The water in the sink took forever to drain so brushing your teeth or washing your face was a pain because you had a sink full of water in a matter of seconds. Only ate breakfast there 2 of 4 mornings because it was packed and no where to sit. My son stood in line for almost 20 minutes waiting to make a waffle. We went at an earlier time the next morning and it was the same way, but this was on a weekend. Only went to the pool a couple times. It was clean, but the hot tub was closed. Got kinda grossed out when Pasghetti's next door started cleaning out their scraps and all the food came into the pool area. It was cleaned up when we complained, but it was still enough to make us leave the pool. Staff was friendly.

    5
    « Great hotel »

We really enjoyed our stay in the best western. Everyone was very friendly, the room was great, the pillows was so soft, the pools was wonderful. the breakfast was great, 5 star all the way. I will be back. Eddie killion

    3
« Not great, but not the worst »

The room had an odd smell when we walked in. Kind of a musty, mildew smell. I'm sure some of the suites might be nicer, but we were in a standard, double bed room. The pictures are very deceiving, I thought it looked great in the pictures, but was surprised when we arrived. The man who checked us in was nice. The lady who checked us out didn't seem friendly. She never asked how our stay was and didn't seem happy to be there. We ate breakfast one morning and it was ok, the staff was friendly in the breakfast area.

    5
    « Surprised »

I was surprised in the quality of Best Western Center Point. It is conveniently located on the Strip in Branson,MO. It was very clean. My family always stays at Hilton Promenade every time we stay in Branson. We will probably be considering a change now.

    5
    « 3 Family Getaway »

This is a Great place to stay. We stayed 5 days. Very clean rooms, has all your hotel needs. Front desk personnel were very polite and new their information. Pool is good size. The only thing I have to complain about is the breakfast. Every day we were there breakfast was the same eggs, biscuit n gravy, pancakes, waffles. Need to change it up some times. Needs to be stocked more often. But other than that it was great. We would stay again.

    4
    « Good stay »

Location was great for us. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff with purchasing tickets to shows and other entertainment. We did not have any problems here except the parking lot is full and we had a BIG truck, reccomend SUV or car.

    5
    « Family Reunion »

We had about 52 guest to stay for the reunion, everyone was very helpful, the rooms were mostly all together. I would go back to this facility again. The swimming pools were very clean and all the kids in our group had a wonderful time. We were able to use the breakfast room for our get to together on Friday night.

    5
« Our stay at Best Western, Branson, Mo »

This was an excellent place to stay for the affordable price near all amusements and theatres. We would recommend to everyone. When we return we will definitely stay there again. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly with directions to places.

    4
    « Great location »

The best part of the Best Western Center Point is the location! Right next door is the Titanic Museum (see my review of this excellent attraction), on the other side is Pasghetti's Restaurant, across the street is the Clay Cooper Theater where the popular Haygoods are currently showing and in the parking lot is Montana Mike's Steakhouse. Within a half mile walk are all sorts of theaters, shopping, and dining opportunities. Believe me, you will appreciate this great location when you can avoid driving on the Branson Strip which can be clogged with traffic just about any time of the day. The hotel itself is an older facility that has been pretty nicely maintained and upgraded. We had a room in the section that connects through interior hallways, with elevators, to the main lobby/breakfast room. That was nice--not having to walk from one of the other buildings. Our building had no exterior doors, but the other buildings do--I have no idea if they also had interior hallways. There are two pools--one was across the way from us, outdoors, and I did not ever go look at it, but the one in our building was inside and very nice! I rarely saw it all that busy, either. There is a workout room and a business center, as well. They have a Branson ticket center there which can sell tickets to local attractions, some at a discount. There are discount ticket booths all over town, and all are pretty much the same. If an attraction has a discount, it has a discount. Check before you buy your tickets. Silver Dollar City has few discounts, but you can buy your tickets at the hotel and avoid the lines at the park. In general, the staff here was very nice and very good. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly. Any questions we asked were answered thoroughly. I cannot say enough about the breakfast room staff. The room was well maintained and both of the women who served us there were incredibly friendly AND efficient. We enjoyed our breakfasts there largely because of them. We had a minor issue with the toilet in our room. Called the desk to report--maintenance was there within 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes the problem was fixed, even though the worker had to go get a part. He was also friendly. Only had one area where service fell down--and that was in housekeeping. At check-in, I noted that the coffee service in our room did not have enough cups and packets of creamer/sugar/stirrers. The second morning, the coffee pot had not been cleaned, the old grounds were still in the coffee holder, and the coffee had not been replaced, nor had new cups been put out. Our towels were replaced and the bed made, but the trash cans were not emptied. The first day there was a little special wash cloth in the bathroom in a dark color that said "for make up" on it--so you wouldn't use the white cloths to take off make up (it stains the white cloths). A nice idea, but that was the only day it appeared during our 4 night stay. The tub was never cleaned out, nor was the sink--I had emptied out a coffee cup and it left dark splashes on the sink that were never cleaned off. The third day when things were still not serviced, I noticed the housekeeping room was open when we passed it on our way to our room in the afternoon. After I entered the room and noted the things not done, I headed back to the closet and found the housekeeper. I explained things not replaced and she got me coffee cups, coffee, etc. I was hoping by the next day it would be better, but it was not. It is surprising, given the outstanding service in all other areas of the hotel that housekeeping was so spotty. They were, however, very friendly, like the rest of the staff. We had a suite. The price differential was not that great and given how long we were staying, we wanted the extra space. The room was very large and had a couch, arm chair with ottoman, king bed, desk and chest with TV on top, small frig and microwave plus 4 drawers with plenty of room for the two of us to unpack. There was an open closet area with plenty of hangers for the two of us. With all of that space, I wish there had been some sort of table--a coffee table in front of the couch would have allowed one to sit there and watch TV and have a place to put a drink. One night after a really long day, we ordered in a late-night pizza for dinner--had to use the ottoman as a make-shift table and I had to set my beer on the floor. But that was the only complaint with the furnishings. The bed was very comfortable with pillows of varying degrees of softness and nice linens. This is an older room that has been refurbished. As such, it suffers from a major issue with old rooms in this modern age--a lack of electrical outlets for charging!!! The bed tables did not have handy outlets to plug in cell phones. I like to keep my cell phone by me at night in case someone calls or I need to make an emergency call, so I want an outlet there. The desk had a lamp with outlets on it (not USB outlets, just electrical ones), but that only managed two devices. We also had my mobility scooter and had a lot of problems finding a way to plug it in. I wish hotels would put a charging center into rooms! I read a hint that said to travel with a small power strip--not a bad idea. The bathroom in this suite had a jetted tub which was huge. it was the largest tub I have seen in a hotel room and it took way too much water to fill it up--and it was a combo tub shower. Water pressure is fairly low in both the tub/shower and the sink. The tub worked well once it was filled up, but I felt guilty using it as it took so much water. The other oddity was the toilet area. The toilet was set off in a VERY narrow closet like part of the room and I do mean narrow. It was quite awkward to use. Wifi is really slow. I was trying to do some research for my job and ended up using my 4G rather than hotel WiFi most of the time. Both of our phones and tablets just crawled and often timed out before making connections. That was also a problem in the breakfast room where we also tried to use the service. Free WiFi that does not work well is not much of a perk. I do want to point out that we had a suite. I looked in rooms being cleaned that were regular hotel rooms and did not feel that they were roomy--they seemed to just be normal rooms. We also did not get an ADA room this time like we usually do. I wanted the larger room for our extended stay. I have more mobility than many of my fellow ADA guests would have. We have our own portable shower seat and a truck with lots of room. This suite would NOT be suitable for most ADA guests. I can climb a few steps--this was necessary to use the jetted tub/shower. They had great grab bars on this, BTW. I have no idea how large the ADA room is in this hotel, but the pictures I saw of the bathroom indicates it is adequate. Breakfast was pretty good--they had both a pancake and a waffle baker and the best part of that was a choice of three batters--the plain batter, plus a blueberry batter and an oatmeal batter--an excellent choice if you are looking for a rather healthy choice. They had scrambled eggs every morning, along with a meat choice. Two mornings it was patty sausage, one time we had Canadian bacon, and once link sausage. The sausages were good, but what they called Canadian bacon was pathetic. It reminded me of some sort of low-end lunch meat. It was thin and relatively flavorless, not even tasting very salty. There were biscuits and sausage gravy each morning--fairly tasty version of this standard. The selection of cereals in included a wide variety for a family--some children standards plus raisin bran, but also things like Kashi and granola. There was yogurt and fruit cups, boiled eggs and a variety of breads and muffins. Coffee was very good, hot, and had real half and half to put in or milk. Several juices were offered. I cannot imagine a family not finding something there for a breakfast--we ate 4 times and did not get bored with the offerings--and as I said before, enjoyed the service immensely! I recommend this hotel, mainly due to the great location and super friendly service. With the rest of the service being that good, I would expect management will address the housekeeping issues--perhaps a check list or maybe a housekeeping supervisor who makes spot inspections.

« Very Clean and Pleasant Staff »

We would recommend this motel for their professionalism and the rooms were remodeled. I stayed in a lot of rooms and would definitely stay here again. Branson has a lot of competition with motels, this one is centrally located and right on 76 so you can hop on and off to go to great restaurants and shows.

    « Nice Hotel »

We stayed here for 6 days many years ago. It was very close to all the attractions. The room was nice and clean. The only thing was the breakfast looked very uneatable. We eat at a nearby restaurant for breakfast. Over all it was a nice plane to stay.

    « OK »

Traveling with girls softball team. Room was ok,beds were double and since we are seniors they were not the most comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient and friendly the front desk was helpful and friendly as well. Girls enjoyed outdoor pool. There was an indoor pool also but they preferred outside. The size of room was standard with two beds and there were four of us, so not extremely roomy. We did have a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. Floors needed to be cleaned and food (chips) at edge of bed that should have been swept up. Breakfast area too small and crowed. We only ate once of our three day stay. Food typical hotel free breakfast.

« Great Place to Stay »

We had made reservations well in advance of our stay. We got to the hotel a bit early and our room was ready. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was beautiful and nicely appointed. The bed was so comfortable that I got the best night sleep here that I got for the entire vacation. The locations of the hotel was wonderful. We ate dinner next door at Paschetti's Italian and then saw the Buckets and Board show next door at the Starlight Theatre. For us, the hotel was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do on our one day in Branson. The breakfast was great! They had chocolate chip cookie pancakes that my daughter drooled over. The eggs, while out of a box, did come with sides like salsa and cheese which made them ok. The pool area was clean and smelled of chlorine. We didn't use the pool because we didn't have time, but it looked very inviting. All in all, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend. We will be staying here again for our next trip to Branson.

    « Would not recommend »

About the only good things I can say is the location is nice and the breakfast is good. Breakfast staff was amazingly nice. We had a do not disturb sign up the day after arrival to rest. Room service called and confirmed but then nothing. No one ever came back to clean, fresh towels came the evening before checkout. Glad we brought some of our own. Said they had wifi, but it always said no Internet open or authentication failed. Couldn't use at all. I don't think we will stay here again....

    « The best staff!! »

We had a very nice room in this older hotel. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. They have a great, central location on the strip. The breakfast was terrific and our grandson had a great time in the pool. We found the room neat and clean, having all the amenities we hoped for. We'd stay there again. For this trip, the staff went above and beyond normal tasks when an important item was inadvertently left behind when we checked out. The front desk, staffed by Gretchen and the head of housekeeping, Heather went out of their way to be accommodating and did find the item, which had significant financial value. We SO appreciate their honesty and desire to help us find this item. Thank you, thank you!

« Did not honor email confirmation rate »

When checking out of my room, the price that was on my email confirmation was not honored and they charged me a higher price. I will not be back because of GM on duty's attitude and not being willing to honor my email confirmation. The GM said that the rate on my email was a glitch in their system. I stayed 3 nights there and the total difference would be $24 plus tax for all three nights combined. Totally unprofessional. We could have stayed several other places cheaper but I thought I was getting a great deal with my room rate on my confirmation. Not a good deal after all.

    « Great Branson Stay »

We have stayed at this hotel for several years on our trips to Branson, Missouri. It is centrally located to all of the best attractions. The hotel staff is always helpful and friendly. It is always well maintained and clean. The breakfast is always good and the breakfast area always clean and well stocked. It is a great value and great place to stay for any size family.

    « Location Location Location »

We did a mystery deal on Priceline and this is the motel we got. If you want a place with a great location this is it. Walk to everything - food, shows, go-carts, pharmacy. Its an older complex that has been freshened up (I guess that's how I'd describe it) Beds are so-so as far as comfy. I do like the pillows. Each bed gets 4 pillows. You get a fridge and microwave which is nice. In our room the shower had a shower gel and shampoo dispenser. Pools are about medium in size and hot tub at each pool. They do provide pool towels And the pools are open to midnight. Theres a lil gift store on-site. And they have an elevator in case you cant do stairs. Staff is friendly. The entry to all rooms are from the outside. Not my favorite as you can hear people walk by and the maid cart etc They do offer ticket voucher for shows but I prefer The Purple House (Branson 2 for 1 tickets) It does have free wifi -- if you leave the area you'll have to sign in again every time you leave and come back (at least we had to) My only negative opinion is the ac/heat unit --- I'm a light sleeper so you hear it every time the ac kicked on and then off and then on and then off etc etc --- I even had a fan but it didn't cover the sound of it. Otherwise, this place will meet all your needs. Keep in mind traffic in Branson can be terrible on hwy 76 -- so you will like the convenience of walking to places.

    « Location was excellent »

Nothing fancy but a clean hotel. Basically a very good value with a good complimentary hot breakfast. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Free wiifi was great. We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Also the hot tub. But we were gone most of the time and didn't really spend a lot of time at the hotel.

« Great, convenient place to stay!! »

Our rooms were clean. The mini-fridge, microwave & hair dryer all worked. I had no problems connecting to the free wi-fi & it worked a lot better than it has at other places I have stayed. The indoor pool & hot tub were great. I did not try out the outdoor ones. I loved the free breakfast (especially getting to make your own pancakes & Belgian waffles), but it did get a little crowded. Check in/check out was a breeze. Great, convenient location. We were able to walk to every attraction that we wanted to go to besides Branson Landing. I was also able to purchase ticket vouchers to all of the attractions that we wanted to go to in the hotel gift shop. The tickets were not any cheaper, but I did like getting & paying for everything at once & knocking one of the biggest expenses out of the way. My only complaints are: If you do have to drive anywhere, it can be difficult to pull out during heavy traffic times (anyone who has seen heavy traffic on the Branson strip knows what I am talking about & this hotel is right in the middle of the strip), but courteous drivers always let me out & the part of the hotel that we stayed in required your room key to open the outside doors to the hotel & sometimes my key did not work too well. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay & my experience was positive. This will likely be my "go to" place to stay in Branson

« Good Best Western in Branson »

Good location, much to do within walking distance. 10 Min. from Silver Dollar City. Very nice staff, clean rooms, right price. Asked a few key questions at check in to give us the best price possible.

« Just what we ordered »

Comfortable and very clean stay. Very professional staff. Younger members of family enjoyed pool being inside and also the hot tub. Breakfast had a great variety. We requested adjoining rooms and were very pleased that we were set up on 1st floor with no luggage hassle.

« Not up to BW standards »

This is a motel which they have tried to upgrade without much success. Dark rooms, questionable cleanliness. Location is excellent and breakfast was very good. We had reservations for 6 nights and checked out after the first night.

    « June Trip »

Loved the location and the pool. My main problem was it took so long to clean our rooms. We went out every morning at 8:00 am and at 3:00 when we returned the bed had not been made, clean towels were not left or the trash had not been picked up.

    5
    « Wonderful hotel »

This was the wonderful hotel. The room was newly remodeled. Pools were nice (outside one was still cool). But the best part was the breakfast. Not just the food but the wonderful woman who worked it. Her name is Casey. She really went above and beyond what I expected. Everyday that we were there she was working with a smile on her face greeting everyone that walked through the door. Thank you so much!!!

    « Quick Trip »

We had a car show to attend and upon looking at reviews we chose this motel. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location to everything was good. I would recommend it. We will stay here again whenever we are in Branson.

    « Best Western Motel »

Wonderful motel! We enjoy staying at this place whenever we go to Branson. It's close to Silver Dollar City and conveniently located next to Dollar General (incase you forget to pack something). It has a nice indoor pool, continental breakfast, shuttle to SDC, a laundry room and s game room.

    4
    « Excellent Location »

This hotel is located close to all the major attractions in Branson. The hotel is clean, has a friendly and courteous staff. Rooms are cleaned daily with clean linens. Only thing I could find to complain about was one of the breakfast items. Powdered eggs were on the line instead of real eggs. However this would not discourage us from staying there again.

    « Vaca »

We had 11 people staying in our group and had no major issues. The rooms are very clean, pools nice and price was good for us. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast, but not a big deal to any of us. Would for sure stay here again and will recommend it to anyone.

« Great value for your dollar »

The family suite was large and ample for our family of 5. The staff was helpful, the complimentary breakfast offered a lot of options, the pool was large and very clean with a lot of seating areas, the internet was available. it was very good value for the money we paid and right in the middle of activities.

    5
    « Awesome hotel »

Stayed in the king suite and it was everything we expected plus. We stayed weekend before memorial day and it was great, travel wasn't as busy as after, so easy in and out. The room was right next to the pool area. Easy in and easy out.

« Love Center Pointe Inn! »

I have stayed at Center Pointe Inn on 4 separate occasions. Each time, the staff has been friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and stocked, the breakfasts good and the kids liked that there is an inside and outside pool. The hotel is situated on HWY 76 on the west end. Which I like as the traffic is not as bad as in other areas. I love my stay each and every time.

    « annual branson trip »

Enjoyed this hotel as it was within walking distance to shows we were seeing. Was good location to get around town for other things too. Had some restaurants within walking distance. Could sleep very well as were in the back out of way of other guests and traffic.

« Clean room. Great location »

Stayed at Center Pointe May 20-22nd. Room was clean & had good sized fridge. The location is good for easy access to tourist activities. Didnt use the pool. Did eat breakfast one day. Plenty of food choices. Staff was great. I was given the military discount when I checked in that the Best Western rep on the 1-800 number told me was unavailable. I thought the bible with the Strangers Prayer was a nice touch in today's PC world. Would def stay again.

« Would stay here again. »

Great service at check in, reduced rate to what Trip Advisor quoted. We wanted quiet and the front desk gave us a good room. There was some outside car noise, but not too bad. The room was clean, and all was in working order. My only minor complaint was the amount of light that came in around the curtains the next morning, but I tucked the curtains onto the window ledge and fixed that. (I have issues with seeing light and waking up) My husband and son had the breakfast the next morning which was complimentary. We would stay here again. Free wifi but it was very slow.

« Nice clean hotel on the strip! »

We have stayed here a couple times. It is always clean. Has the indoor pool and hot tub. The stay includes a nice breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is on the strip and a good location to most things in Branson,Next to the Titanic.

    3
    « Room »

It was nice room with refrigerator and micro. The breakfast was good. The price was alittle high as other hotels were running specials but nice room anyway. Loved Sight and Sound- Moses and murder mystery dinner theatre. Go to 2 for 1 purple house for cheaper tickets! Great deal!

    5
    « Clean & inviting »

We requested a room by the indoor pool for the kids & they tried very hard to accommodate us... the room was clean, breakfast was good, & staff was friendly what more could I ask for. Right on the path to all the fun in branson

    « Nice & Clean »

This is a nice hotel for the money. The rooms were clean and the indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

    « Very nice! »

Very satisfied with this hotel and the room rate we got. Right in the middle of everything. Very clean, fairly spacious with good amenities for the price. Indoor pool area was clean and hot tub was wonderful.

« Clean hotel, nice pool, super nice and helpful staff »

When you pull up to the hotel, it may look a little like a motel. Don't let that fool you. I travel for business so I've stayed in some very upscale hotels. This is all around a great hotel. I have called directly to make my reservations both times I've stayed there. The service is excellent and friendly. You aren't just transferred to a reservation line like most hotels. Customer service like this just doesn't exist anymore. The rooms are super clean and nice. Really. I'm not talking about nice for lower star hotel standards. I'm talking about nice. LIke they were almost identical to an upscale hotel at Branson Landing. The breakfast was awesome as a free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, donuts, biscuits and gravy... The pool is nice, but on the small side. Hot tub was excellent. The only drawback and most might not see this as a drawback is that you are ON the strip. So if you plan on going anywhere after 10am, you are going to encounter some traffic. I also wouldn't recommend Montana Mike's steakhouse next door, although that is just my opinion. They have no affiliation with the Best Western. I feel like a hotel snob most of the time, but please just give this place a try. You won't regret it.

« Southern hospitality at its finest! »

Stayed 4/28/16 thru 4/30/16 and was very pleased with hotel. Staff were absolutely wonderful and we even had a call from housekeeping around 5pm to ask if we needed anything before they left for the night. The location of the hotel is in the middle of everything and our room, though a few feet from the parking lot, was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. The only downside was that the tables were occupied and had to wait a few minutes to grab one but that is no fault of the hotel staff, we just picked a busy time of morning to eat. We will definitely be using this hotel again. The room has some minor wear and tear (shower had a crack in it) but that is to be expected of a busy hotel located on the Branson strip. This was our first trip to Branson and the hotel stay alone will bring us back. Thanks for making our long weekend so wonderful!

« Two nights with little sleep »

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was so typical. Location is excellent you can easily walk to a number of shows and restaurants, It is a motel with rooms to the outside. People smoking outside made it bad

« Horrible smell in rooms- had to find different hote »

Checked in and went to room. It had a horrible musty, smokey smell. Went to front desk and they put us in a different room but it had the same smell. Manager explained it is a product they used to neutralize the odor in rooms. Whatever it was, I nor my children could handle the smell. We left the hotel and went some where else. If you do not like a stale, musty, smokey smell, then go elsewhere. It was gross!

« Bransons Best Hotel for Groups »

Always take our group here every year. The BEST location in Branson. Updated, clean and well kept. Walk to Montana Mikes and Pasghettis, Haygoods or the Titanic. The hotel does their best to attend to every need. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

    « Simply amazing! »

My husband and I stayed there from Fri thru Sunday 4/22-4/24/16 for our honeymoon. The room was beautifully designed and was so comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub was fantastic! (Even equipped with handicap accessible lifts to both the pool and hot tub) Room had a couch and recliner with king size bed! Hotel features full breakfast from 639-930 a major plus! The staff was great from reservations, to check in, and check out! We'll definitely book here again!

    « Wonderful hotel »

We had our Motorcycle Club's International Officer's Convention in Branson and used this hotel for lodging. Very friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms. Helen took care of our group with ease. If we ever get the chance to go to Branson again I would happily stay here again.

    « Convenient & comfortable »

Recently went to Branson for a fun couple of days. The Best Western Centerpointe Inn was very close to the activities that I wanted to do. The hotel staff (except for the gift shop employee) were very helpful, friendly, and very nice. My room could have been a bit more cleaner, but the sheets were clean & fresh. Breakfast was included each day, and there were plenty of choices. Eggs, sausages, pancakes or waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, if you left hungry it was your own fault! Decent place in a convenient part of town.

    4
« Nice rooms great breakfast »

Room was very nice clean shower was adjustable. Booked room on here for one night asked in office to extend after negotiating for the same rate. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Lots of choices and extra friendly staff. Onsite ticket agent was nice but didn't know all the ins and outs of shows as you would expect. Told me a show wasn't playing when it was and then she couldn't get me tickets as it was over phone and she didn't get credit. I would recommend in future.

    5
« Newer and very clean »

Newer, very clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the clean floors and the separate sink with mirror. Excellent value for the price. A great steakhouse on the site and across the street from the Clay Cooper theater.

    « Very nice! »

We actually didn't stay here. We stayed at the campground behind this. My brother lives in Ok. and us in WI. He met up with us and stayed here so we could spend time together. They were extremely nice about letting us come over and visit and use the pool so we could be together since the weather was to cold at night to sit at the campground outside. I also made a Easter dinner and they let us bring it over to the hotel and use the breakfast room so we could eat together. Thank you so much for letting us have this family time together. The pool and everything else was very nice and clean. Excellent management and staff!

    5
    « Epitome of Hospitality »

The moment we entered the hotel, we were treated as if the entire staff was there to make us feel welcome. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping went out of their way to ensure our stay was satisfying. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and relaxing. The pool area had plenty of towels and was open late enough for us to unwind after a day of sightseeing but not too late that it would bother any of the guests. There was ample well-lit parking and the hotel's location was within walking distance of several Branson attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely come here again.

    5
    « Yearly get together »

Your hotel was very accommodating for our group. The staff was outstanding and very friendly. The site is situated in walking distance to several activities and the restaurant on premises is a good value.

    4
    « Good Location »

Located at the end of the strip by the Titanic. Some attractions & restaurants are within walking distance which I imagine would be a benefit during busy times. This is an older BW but nicely maintained & decorated. We stayed in the main building 3rd floor & had one of the suites. Very quiet. Room was large, comfortable, clean, & plenty of room to hang & store items. Bathroom was large with a jacuzzi tub/shower. Some people with mobility issues may have difficulty using the shower. Breakfast usual fare - staff very friendly & attentive.

    5
« Perfect for our family! »

We stayed in this hotel during a family trip to Branson. We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was right and it was in the prefect location. The kids enjoyed the pool and the ladies in the breakfast room were EXCELLENT! We would stay there again.

    5
    « Super Staff »

From reservations with Josh to breakfast with Casey it was a very pleasurable stay. Breakfast was super. Clean and comfortable room with a feeling of safety made this conference trip a joy. We were welcomed at check in with reminder that someone would be there to help at all times.

    « Ok »

Rented a 1 bedroom suite for Springbreak. The pros: great location you could park and walk to most attractions, breakfast was nice and warm, indoor pool and jacuzzi was opened late. The cons: towels and carpet looked dirty, my bathroom didn't look very cleaned and needed to be updated, the bed was uncomfortable.

    5
« Good Bang for your buck! »

Family and I stayed when hotel was not very busy so made the stay much nicer. We stayed in a family suite, super large but quite awkwardly arranged. Everything was super clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. Only complaint would be that the staff seemed to be hovering quite a bit. I felt like I was being watched. When I was using the work out room a member of the staff came in and said she "needed to look out the window", it was weird. She could have at least come in the refresh the towels or something. No water provided in the work out room and you had to check a key in and out which I found odd and a pain.

« Spring Break Family Trip »

The hotel overall was great, check-in was bad arrived at 3:30 pm check in was at 3 didn't get in until after 6 because they were behind cleaning the rooms. One blanket had hair in it. The customer service was excellent. Even though it started off bad I would go back. My kids loved the pool area and breakfast.

    4
« Great Value for a stay in Branson! »

I expected the hotel to be crowded because of Spring Break but it wasn't. The pool was large enough and very clean. I liked the fact that I could purchase tickets at the hotel to avoid the hassle of listening to timeshare seminars.

    « Spring break 2016 »

The hotel was very clean and the indoor pool was a bonus, although there were a bit too many chemicals in the water. It is located right in the heart of the Branson strip. Meaning a central location, but expect the obligatory traffic Branson delays.

    5
    « Church youth group »

Staff was very professional. Met our bus in the parking lot, helped the driver with parking and gave the kids info. on the pool. Our two day stay could not have been better. Put our name on their big sign out front which thrilled our kids. Will stay there next group trip.

    4
« Very Nice Rooms for a Great Value! »

We stayed 4 nights & paid less than $400 for the four of us to stay during Spring Break. Our only complaint would have been no indoor access to the pool & returning to our room from the pool & hot tub was very chilly several times. We were very satisfied with our stay. Our only issue was housekeeping when staff did not show up for their shifts. Really enjoyed our stay & the breakfast was very busy due to the many choices offered.

    « Great Branson lodging »

Great Branson lodging, close to dining, shopping and attractions. Clean, comfortable, with a good breakfast provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think the business center computers are the fastest I have ever used.

    « Not Bad »

Stayed for two nights in room 126. Two bedrooms with large bathroom and small patio out back. Kids each had their own double bed in one room and king bed in the other room. The room was nice and quiet unless the people above you shower or use the bathroom. Room definitely could've been cleaner and had a smokey smell. Breakfast was a mad house! 20 minute wait in line with people everywhere. It was pure chaos so we decided rather than fight over a waffle we would skip breakfast at the hotel the second day. Hotel is located right on the strip close to everything.

    4
« Roomy, Comfy, and central located »

The room was very spacious. We had a microwave, mini refrigerator, 2 queens, and a small table with 2 chairs. The water pressure in the shower was great, however the sink water pressure was awful. The pool was over crowded when we stayed and the hot tub was full of little kids. The breakfast options were biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, toast, waffles, pamcakes, cereal, mini muffins, and fruits. The gravy was a powder mix so I wouldn't suggest it. The whole facility was clean and was located close to shows, restaurants, mini golf, attractions, and the outlet mall. I loved that they had 3 electric charging stations for my car!

    5
    « Awesome »

Had a great stay, everything was great from the rooms that were real clean to the breakfast, they had the fitness and pool open until midnight which was great, the staff was very courteous and very attentive would stay again.

    « Vacation for Family »

The hotel is centered in the middle of a lot of attractions. We liked the Breakfast Option. Room was queen double beds. The pool/hot tub is a great amenity. Staff was kind and thoughtful. Suggestions made-bigger trash can and some extra luggage carts. We finally found one left outside.

    5
« Always a great place to stay! »

This is always our choice to stay in Branson! Beds are always comfortable and rooms are clean. Breakfast employees are friendly and accommodating. Very good choice of breakfast items and are always refilling when needed. Easy to get to from access roads and close to lots of entertainment and shopping.

« This is our vacation place, our vacation motel, and we are excited to be going there again. »

For years we have stayed at this motel and enjoyed it ever time. We did not go to Branson last summer, but we did the year before. We had our 8 year old great granddaughter with us, and she loved it. We have reservations for March 6, 2016 through March 12, 2016 this year. Her birthday is March 7, 2015 and we asked what she wanted. She ignored a party with presents to choose Branson visit. She wanted to stay at this motel. For her birthday on the 7th , she wanted to be there, go to the Titanic again, and have a big steak for dinner at Montana Mikes. We really should do a commercial for this motel when a 10 year old chooses to stay there above all else she could have had. We are looking forward to a great week while we are there.

    « Shopping weekend »

Nice stay, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Will stay here again the next time we visit Branson! All the rooms in the main building have been recently remodeled and are nice and clean. This place is a must, especially with the indoor pool and hot tub.

« Nice place to stay. »

This was a LaQuinta hotel but was sold and the new owners are remodeling it. Not all the rooms are done and ours was one of them. Need more staff than one person since we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before the lady came back from helping another guest.

« One of the BEST Hotels in Branson »

We previously stayed with another family at one of the indoor Water Park places for several days. Our family wanted to stay another day but the indoor Water Park for an additional day was not in our budget or what we wanted to pay. We looked online and found this hotel, right off the strip. We were so happy to find this place with an opening right before Christmas. This place was great. We have two children under 12 and they found the pool area the most fun. They had a great pool and hot tub. The rooms were decorated nicely and bathrooms were clean. We were very relaxed and enjoyed our stay- we will be coming back.

    3
    « Nice stay »

The bedroom area was nicely done. I don't know why places put wallpaper in bathrooms though. It always tends to get nasty in places. The shower was nice and high. We had planned to use the hot tub and pool but they were located across the parking lot and it was cold and dark by the time so we decided to skip it. Overall it was a good priced, central place to stay in Branson.

    3
« Good location ,barely ok room »

I have stayed in places like this for same price in the middle of nowhere as last resort. It was clean , or at least I think so.Room was so dim and small . The heat did not work. I like trip advisor to review before I go , but I was disappointed. I am glad it was only one day. I was planning one week. Our room was so small! I am 5 ' 3 and could touch ceiling if I raised my arms. I am not fan of outdoor style hotels. I like my breakfast and pool inside without having to walk a block outside to get there. Breakfast is till 930 am . On vacation I don't wake earlier than 9 . I loved la quinta last week in memphis. Breakfast till 10 am . My son loved that hotel. This hotel reminded him of serial killers. He was frightened each time I went to car outside our door. The shower was weird. " right tight left loose? "Right ? Well knob fell off and I scalded myself with hot water. Not hotel quality I expected. Average middle of nowhere room kinda room on the strip. They have something called " I branson" with hotel deals with shows included , wish I had known. Room too dim for pics

My family (ages 5,7,8,48 and I) have spent many nights at Best Western, every stay has been great. I will tell all my friends and family how wonderful our stays were. even when the hotels were full, they treated us like we were the only guess.

We were greeted by the friendly and helpful front desk staff who answered all our questions, gave us a first floor room when they saw my daughter riding in a wheelchair. They also gave us recommendations on what shows to see and sold us our tickets right there at the desk (It doesn't get any easier than that). The room was immaculate and was returned to that condition each day by the meticulous housekeeping staff. The buffet breakfast was great each day and the staff there were very helpful and cheerful and assisted us with my daughters wheelchair and other needs. The location of this hotel is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and I will definitely stay here again next time.

    « Wonderful hotel stay »

The best hotel I have stayed in Branson. The staff is wonderful. There to help you with any need. The accomadations are very clean. They are within walking distance of many shows and restaurants. The gift shop is small but I have found many last minute gifts there.. Also in the gift shop they will help you purchase tickets for show and attractions.

« Very large room and accomodating staff »

We had a room with two queen beds and sofa bed that was large enough to do a cartwheel in! Great. Bath amenities only offered was a bar of soap. The breakfast was run by one poor woman trying to keep up with the demand. They were out of just about everything except coffee 45 minutes before breakfast due to be over. Having to sit at a pool side chair to eat because of overcrowding was not pleasant or conducive to an appetite.

    « Excellent Hotel Choice »

This was a really nice hotel. It's easy to get to from the strip, the room was clean and comfortable, and the two things my kids care about in a hotel were covered: breakfast and an indoor pool. The breakfast selections were extensive both days we stayed. The first day they had biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs, as well as a waffle and a pancake maker. In addition to that, though, they had cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, muffins, bread for toast, doughnuts, and yogurt. The second day, the only switch was that they had biscuits and gravy, canadian bacon, and scrambled eggs along with everything else they'd had on the first day. The pool was comfortable and made for a great swim with the kids. The only drawback was that my oldest spent quite a bit of time swimming under water with her eyes open, and I'd read that this pool utilizes salt water technology instead of chlorine. We'd never been in a pool that uses that technology, so while chlorine doesn't irritate her eyes, the salt water stuff did. That said, a quick trip to Walgreens down the street for some Visine and she was fine. Just something to note if you'll be staying and swimming in this hotel with kiddos. I would certainly stay at this property again. Great place and great price.

We have stayed at the center Point Inn in Branson several times. It always has exceptionally clean rooms and a good breakfast on site. The grounds are well kept and the staff are all friendly. I recommend this Best Western highly.

    « Very satisfied »

My family stayed at this location for the weekend of our wedding. Upon check-in, we were congratulated, and when we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised with a non-alcoholic bottle of Spumante and two towels beautifully folded into kissing swans on our bed. When leaving for dinner, we saw that our name had been added to the marquee with congrats (our 15 minutes of fame! hahaha). Our room was very clean; the beds very comfortable, and it accommodated our family of 4 nicely. We did not experience any excessive noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway. My family especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Although we did not eat at the provided breakfast (I went down for coffee before the kids got up for the day), the breakfast area was very clean, a nice size, and the choices were abundant. The hotel staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful with all questions we had. This hotel is within nice walking distance to several restaurants and attractions (several within 1/2 block). If I had to complain about anything, the only thing I could complain about is that leaving can be difficult during busy times. So turning left out of the location can be a hassle, but there is a turning lane, so once traffic clears from your left, you can turn out into the turning lane and then work your way into the moving traffic.

We always enjoy our stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson, MO. They have a great staff, excellent rooms and pretty good prices, too. The breakfast each morning was a good variety of foods from make your own waffles to full eggs and sausage to a simple bowl of cereal or a doughnut; always fresh and good. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. They are located right in the middle of all the activities in Branson so you can even walk to many of the venues around.

« Great location -good place to stay. »

Best Western Center Pointe Inn is right in the middle of a lot of the activity and easy to get to most theaters and fun places. The bed was comfortable and the room was big, our heater worked when we got there and after maintenance came. It didn't work after that but we were leaving. The room tempature wasn't too bad just covered with jackets.

    « Great Value - Great Location »

We recently visited Branson to go to Silver Dollar City, see Christmas Lights, and do a little shopping. We had planned to stay at another hotel with other family members, but we received a special email offer from Best Western and the price was great! So, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed and would definitely stay there again in the future.

    « Center of Branson »

This was a nice hotel, but it had the strangest layout. There was no access to the lobby from our room. You had to go outside to get there. For breakfast you have to go through the pool area to get to the dining room! The room was clean and the staff friendly and it definitely was close to everything.

« One night w fam in Branson »

Good location, friendly desk, clean room. Fairly modern decor. No major complaints. Parking lot can get congested up front with hotel visitors, show goers and people eating at Montana Mikes. Couple of buses pulled into lot taking up space. Not as big of a problem as I first thought it might be. Couldn't really ever get the free wifi to work.

« Excellent place to stay, great price. »

Perfect location to all venues when in Branson. Great free breakfast, indoor pool, exercise room, pleasant staff. We always stay at this hotel when we come to Branson. The value you get is next to none.

« Great Place To Stay »

I was unable to get into the chains I usually stay at and chose this hotel because of the Tripadvisor reviews. The hotel was immaculately clean. The walls were freshly painted and the carpet was new and clean. In addition the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was as good as the free breakfast offered by the chains. In addition the location is central and convenient. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there the next time I am in Branson.

    « Birthday trip »

Stayed here for a week. Staff was very friendly. My husband wanted the bed made different and they accomidated him. Breakfast was the same everyday. Pool area was always clean. Hotel is located about midway on main road of theaters. It sits b s co off of the road so traffic noise is not an issue. WiFi kept dropping so that was a negative.

« Room ok but don't go for the breakfast »

Room was clean and well appointed. Price reasonable. We went to see the Titanic Museum which was right next door so that was great. Avoid the breakfast. We were there in Nov. which I would consider the off season and the breakfast was nuts. Too crowded with no place to sit. Had to take food back to room which meant two trips and spilled food.

« Spring Break.. the kids enjoyed it »

My husband, myself and 3 kiddos, ages, 16, 11 and 1 stayed here for 3 days during spring break.. a lot of attractions were closed for business surprisingly and I had heard prior to going that Branson has seen better days but, we tried it out any, and the kids still enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed the hall of mirrors, wax museum and the haunted attraction( the name slips my mind). We also enjoyed the race way.. It was March and while it wasn't freezing it wasn't necessarily warm either so, we endured some lines but nothing too long. Free breakfast at the hotel was very convenient as well as the indoor pool, though I thought the chlorine was really, really strong, more so than normal and my children and I a pretty regular swimmers. There is a steak house that shares the Best Western parking lot, seemingly, it's super close and we enjoyed the food and service. The room was suitable and clean. Overall, good experience we'd stay again!

« Staff was nice. Rooms ok »

We were in the building to the right and back of the property. Rooms were updated and clean. Nothing special about the rooms. Just average room. Breakfast was ok. It was a basic hotel hot & cold breakfast buffet. The lady working the breakfast room was wonderful. So kind and pleasant.

« Average Hotel for Branson »

Booked on Priceline for a decent price. The room was okay, clean and comfortable, but not anything above average. A bit dated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room which is a great plus if you are staying longer than 1 night. I would stay here again.

    5
    « Clean & Comfortable »

The rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub was in pristine condition, and the breakfast is wonderful!!! My friends and I had a girls weekend and was very pleased with our stay! Most defiantly will stay here again!

« Easy walking to many attractions great place to stay »

First thing we noticed in the room was an open bible and a travelers prayer. It is a very nice place to stay great breakfast. Then the bonus of being able to walk to so many places. Two restaurants one on either side the titanic next door. Will stay here again in future.

« Great place to stay »

During our recent trip to Branson, Missopuri, we stayed at this hotel for the week we were there. The hotel has a great location from which it is easy to get to and from places to eat and shows. The rooms were very clean and kept that way all week. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served each morning was more than sufficient.

« Great Place to Stay in Branson »

The kids had a few days off from school, so I planned a quick road trip to Branson from Minnesota. We been trying to get out and see this place for some time now. I have never been to Branson before. I was looking for a place to stay that was centrally located on the strip, had free breakfast and a pool for the kids. I think I found the perfect place. The Best Western Centre Point is right on the strip, has a free hot breakfast with eggs, toast, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, cereal, fruit, yogurts, juices and more. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator which became very handy and you will find that out when you have lots of left overs from the Dinner Shows in Branson. The showers are also very refreshing compared to most hotels I have ever been. Good strong water pressure. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool/tub were closed for the season, but indoor is open until midnight. They were just replacing the water in the hot tub when we got there. The place is kept very clean and the staff is very friendly. Montana Mike's which is supposed to be a very good steak house is literally in the parking lot of the hotel. We didn't get a chance to eat out in Branson as we booked a few Dinner Shows. Places we have visited during our stay: Dixie Stampede, The Ducks, Silver Dollar City, Showboat Branson Belle, Stone Hill Winery, King's Castle Theatre and there were plenty more things to see and do.

    « A great place to stay »

This is a great place to stay it really is center to the shows and museums, although we didn't use the pool, the children were having a great time. Also, this Best Western is a Christian based facility.

    « Best Western-great hotel »

The Best Western Hotel Point Inn in Branson, Mo . is a top notched hotel. it should be rated 5 star. The amenities, not to mention the attitudes of the workers in the hotel are all excellent. I have become a big fan of Best Western. The location of this hotel is right in the middle of everything. Very convenient.

    « Adequate but antiquated »

Hotel is a good location for shows and entertainment. People were friendly. But, hotel is antiquated and very worn. Musty smell and air conditioner didn't seem to stay on at night. Breakfast was fair.

Exceptional treatment, nice facility, and reasonable rates. Convenient to the shows that we attended, two of which we walked to and left the car at the hotel. There is an outer corridor part, but we stayed in the interior corridor area.

« Would not stay here again. »

I would never stay here again..the breakfast was terrible..and the bkfst room is cramped and was very crowded. Did get the room we asked for..they had to change us from a king accessible to a double queen. Quite a mix up on the reservation. I asked for ground floor parking right out front of our room..didn't get it. Parking was not the easiest for hauling in and out. We liked that it was close to everything.but for the price we could have done better somewhere else..and we are a Best Western Reward card holder..they didn't even care. Maid service was fantastic. We liked the new room but it was a hassle to have to move from one room to another. $100 a nite is waaay to much to pay for this hotel.

« Not a good Best Western Motel to stay in »

Stand in cold on parking lot trying to get keys to work go get 2 more made & they did not work so office help comes out & gets 1 to work & goes back & makes 2 more & 1 of them worked for the rest of our stay

« Great for handicapped persons »

This was the second visit to the Best Western Center Pointe Inn in Branson and once again we were impressed. I was spending a few days in Branson with my mother and sisters on a nice fall family trip. My youngest sister, Ann, is totally dependent on her wheelchair. We were happy to find that this hotel is in the middle of all the restaurants and shows in Branson, which made it very convenient for us. The room was well-appointed for my sister, with a king size bed and large bathroom. It was also great to have a microwave and refrigerator in each room. A free breakfast was served with many options. The best part of this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub, each with lifts to get Ann into the water. But the most impressive part of our stay was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They went out of their way and beyond their regular duties to help us with Ann. I would recommend this establishment to anyone, but particularly for someone with a wheelchair.

    « Disappointed »

We had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. The last two times were in the fall of 2012 then again in the summer of 2013. That was right after they finished renovating from the tornado. Both times we had excellent visits. Rooms were nice & clean, service was great & the food was pretty good for continental. But we just stayed there this past weekend & not so good. I'm guessing they are under a different management now. We got there Thursday & Friday after being gone all day we came back to our room not being cleaned nor any clean towels. I called the desk & a guy brought up clean towels but wouldn't take the dirty ones, said they had no place to put them. ??? No laundry room? Well that was bad enough but we could have gotten over it except they they knew they hadn't cleaned & lied about it. They tried saying it was because our do not disturb sign was out. Well that sign was out in the morning until a little before 10 AM. We remembered taking it in & it wasn't on the door when we got back. The maid had been on our side of the hall earlier that morning & was at the other end when we left. She was too lazy to go back & clean. There was an older couple in a room across the hall from us who didn't get their room cleaned either. And they weren't that clean when they did clean. Poor, poor service. And it definitely needs a new shower curtain. And the food this time was pretty aweful. Don't plan to stay there next trip down.

    « Very nice hotel »

This is a very nice hotel centrally located on the strip. Stayed in the 2 room family suite which was very nice but did have a very slight musty odor. Decent hot breakfast and pool/hot tub area was very well maintained. I just found my must stay in branson.

Comfy here ... clean room complete with micro/fridge and hot breakfast in the morning. Great location. Yes, it on the strip, but room was quiet. Hot breakfast was very good with ample seating area. Indoor pool was very nice, too! Also, short/easy trip to Table Rock Lake from the hotel. ~ Enjoy your stay!

When we visit Branson we always stay at The BW Center Pointe Inn. The location in close to many of the theaters and good places to eat. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The staff is helpful, ready to answer questions or help get tickets to shows. This wasn't our first visit to the Center Pointe Inn and will not be our last.

    « Good Choice »

My wife and I stayed there for four nights . From the check in till check out it was a great experience. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room clean, the staff assisted us in our show tickets and the ladies taking care of breakfast stayed on top of everything! The only negative thing I have to say is there could have been a better selection of breakfast items

« Cold breakfast in Branson »

we had a good stay at this motel as we had in the past but we had a bad experience with the breakfast the so called hot breakfast was cold ie. scrambled eggs, gravy and Canadian bacon. That was the only thing that chilled our trip otherwise we love the place.
