Best Western Airport Inn

The price of the room was good. Just wish they would have had extra pillows, sheets, and covers. We had a king bed with the pull out couch. When we went up front to get the fixings for the pull out couch they proceeded to tell me that they had no extra pillow, Sheets, or covers. They gave me one top sheet to cover the mattress and I had to use the cover on the king bed for the cover. If you want a reasonably priced hotel this is it. You get what you pay for. As for the Cleanliness it was ok.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was ok, staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaint was the key card lock wouldn't work 95% of the time and a new one was issued 3 times. None worked

Would definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants, gas stations and the interstate. Front desk was nice and helpful. coffee maker didn't work, but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel was fine, there was blood on the wall and our sheets were poor quality with stains and holes in them. The rooms smelt a little like smoke but not terrible. It was a motel style and you could hear all the neighboring guests.

Hair in both beds. Gunk in the sink. Slimy coffee pot. Disgusting floors like build up of something. Looks like painted over mold on the ceiling or whatever could make a ceiling dirty. Idk. The disinfectant smell was so overpowering we had to leave the door open for about an hour before we could even stand it. I am a fan of best western but this one is horrible.

Nice -- rough entry scraped car bottom on entry lane , no Kleenex, covering hard. Good breakfast, though wasn't warm enough. Room was perfectly up to date and water and shower were good as well as tub. Nice staff and very quiet room with good pillows

The room was nice and clean. Love the location. Very quiet and close to food places. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk manager was polite and accommodating.Will definitely be staying again in the best future.

It started out kinda iffy. My room's cable TV didn't work and the hotel phone had no dial tone. I called the front desk and the representative gave me a new room and from that point on it was a very nice stay. Everyone was pleasant and breakfast was good. My problem was presented and fixed with ease.

Everyone was Professional! Rooms were Clean and the room Temperature was adjusted to make sure that we were comfortable.....When we walked in, eveyone had a SMILE on there faces! The Temperature outside was in the high Nineties ........

A man tried to break into my room at 6:45 am. I called the front desk several times and they were very lax about the situation. This man was kicking down the door and was able to get it partially open. I called the front desk again for a third time. All this time the man is actively kicking in the door. Finally they sent someone. They confronted the man finally who said he had been hired to do plumbing work. They argued with him but he kept coming back. Even though they told me they were calling the police they never did. I had to call the police. And I had to leave at seven am and sleep deprived. This was an extremely dangerous situation. There was only the key card lock and not a deadbolt so that is partially to blame. Also the fact that my door was being kicked in. They have security cameras at the front desk. All they had to do was look at the cameras and they would have seen what was going on. So either they didn't care, or this is a regular occurance at this facility. Both are completely unacceptable Please note that this man had the appearance of a homeless man on drugs. He was filthy, barefoot, and belligerent.

Two rooms. Found roaches/babies in one by TV stand. Yuck! Reported on checkout. Simply given shrug. Rooms otherwise decent. Food decent although found 3 bad hard boiled eggs out of 6 chosen. Service should be better. Maybe bad luck, but think twice staying here.

Our room (room 124) reeked of marijuana when we checked in. Too hot to open the door and air it out. I have stayed in lots of best westerns that were way better. Also shampoo bottle was empty and we were only given one coffee cup.

This hotel provides good value. The rooms are clean. Everything in the room works. It is an older place and could use a coat of paint. But it is close to many plaes to eat and they offer a full breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is a very clean hotel in a great place with plenty of restaurants and other places! Housekeeping provided a very clean room with plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo! Ricki at the front desk is extremely professional, very nice, and extremely helpful! The other employees are great as well!

Not fancy, but friendly staff and clean room. Complimentary coffee and a decent selection for breakfast considering the size of the motel. Location close to baseball fields. We would stay here again for a tournament weekend.

It was an okay hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. But it doesn't give off an air of safety. When staying some places, that is the most important thing. I would stay again if it was an emergency.

very clean room . mattress was the best we've slept on in our travels! staff was so friendly and kind. breakfast had great selection only exception was the biscuits were hard. only mentioned so that can be fixed because everything else was perfect for the price travelling with our parents - we had two rooms on the first floor . thanks!

SEARCH: I searched hotels near the airport under $125 and sorted them by highest ratings. 4 stars and good reviews for this one and it was right off of I-20 close to restaurants & shopping. CHECK IN: I lost internet service to GPS getting here and staff gave clear directions. But my first impression when I drove up was disappointment. I arrived at night after a long conference weekend & flight & didn't realize this was a motel when I booked. That means parking in a dark sketchy parking lot and strangers walking by your door & window. At least I was only a couple doors down from the main office and the parking spot was directly in front of my door. The staff was quick and courteous and I got a late check out so I could sleep in. I did notice my card was charged for the room before I got there or I would've looked at other options. ROOM: This room has that bad musty smell that some rooms do, and I don't even have a great sense of smell. The carpet needs cleaning and the walls do too. It's clearly an old room but they've made efforts to make it nice. On the bright side: Good lighting! Direct TV. Microwave. Fridge. Desk area with 3 USB ports & plugs. Amenities you'd expect- Keurig, iron, blow dryer. Also- good water pressure. Clean bathroom. A/C at 68 worked just as it should. A couple of nice touches- arm chair near the bed and ottoman where you might sit to put on shoes. Full length mirror. Breakfast from 6-9. Cons: I looked for a Bible but there wasn't one. Breakfast is over at 9. Overall: I slept well. Bed was good enough and things were quiet. No early disturbances so I slept soundly and woke up on my own around 10. Still, I'd choose somewhere else next time.

Great hotel. Mr Raju Patel General Manager very attentive and friendly Quiet and safe place. The front desk and breakfast people are very attentive and kind. Our room was a good size and clean. Everything worked. Clean bathroom. Breakfast very good with cold and hot items, well assorted.

Very nice room very comfortable bed. Room clean daily. But most importantly, thick walls. Didn't have to hear neighbors to either side of me. Great value for the money. This was my first time staying at this property but it will not be my last one staying in the Jackson metropolitan area.

Location is convenient, rooms are clean and staff are friendly. I usually arrive late at night, but I feel very safe. The parking lot is well lit and the hotel is in a safe area of town. I stay here three nights every month and have zero complaints.

I stayed here for one night I was not happy at all, Right when I walked in the room it smelled like mold and cigarettes smoke and not only that, when I was in bed I noticed a roach on the wall. The bathroom didn't look clean.

The front desk clerk wasn't friendly upon arrival. The motel is very outdated. There are stains on the carpet, sofa, lamp, bed sheets, curtains, and bathtub. We asked for clean sheets. The supposedly clean crumpled sheets were given to us by the rude front desk person. I will never stay or recommend staying at this hotel/motel.

Stayed for one night and would've left if we hadn't been so tired. Carpet was stained and toilet dirty. We were given one dirty sheet for the pull out couch and no pillow/bedding. Not worth the reduced cost.

This is where I stay whenever I'm in town. The staff is friendly, the hotel is reasonably priced, clean, and accessible to everything in the surrounding area. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Easy to get to, older motel but room was clean. Had to unplug clock because was buzzing all the time. Plenty of places to eat in area. Staff was friendly. Coffee at lobby was excellent. Rate was very reasonable

We travel a lot and Best Western in Pearl, MS is our favorite hotel. They always go above and beyond to make sure our stay is always enjoyable. The rooms are always very clean and service is always excellent.

I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised how clean my room was and also how much variety of food offered for breakfast. The price for the room was great and location was close to many restaurants.

My state was OK. Room service only change the sheets on the bed they did not bring clean towels or clean the tub or the sink or empty the trash. I had to request clean towels even though they picked up the dirty ones they still didn't bring clean ones until I requested it.

If there was a way to do zero stars I would. I was bombarded at the lobby by a frantic woman as I entered with my service dog. I went to peak at the breakfast and you had to enter through the lobby. I was told I was not allowed anywhere in that area with my service dog, when I asked her if she was sure not even in the lobby she gave no reason why. I gave her the opportunity to make sure because as far as I know and I plan on checking with my lawyer it is completely illegal to refuse access with a service dog. He is a legal service dog and I provided the documentation upon check in. She was so rude and literally looks frightened as all hell. Not only did that happen but their “so called” pool was green not crystal blue like they advertise. The rooms were dirty and sheets stunk. All in all this is a horrible representation of Best Western. I would be ashamed to own this property and have such a nasty team. That's all! Management you will be hearing from me.

Walked into the room and it smelled like skunk and the faint smell that someone had smoked in the room. The TV satellite didn't work so I had to reset the box and the popcorn ceiling was coming down. Room 226. It was clean, which is extremely important. The room seemed to have been updated, but it's not the Hilton quality I am used to staying in.

Room# 116 carpet needs replacement asap I would not allow my pet to sleep on that carpet. TV - constant error "No source available" Internet - worked well at the start, then stop working all together Shower and sink - Water drainage needs to be fixed.

Safe part of town, comfortable, Waffle House in walking distance, shopping, eating and ice cream close too. Friendly staff and clean! The rooms were clean and had shampoo, lotion and soap in each room. Comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed for my daughters softball tournament and went to bass pro.

I stay at this hotel whenever I have to travel to the Jackson area. The hotel is convenient to pretty much anywhere is the Flowood, Jackson area, it's clean, and priced reasonably. The staff is always welcoming, and helpful.

My stay at best western in pearl, ms was great. The staff was very friendly and yes I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast was delicious even though we're still dealing with the pandemic.

This is an older property that I was reluctant to stop at. BUT prices were excellent on this weekend night. SO glad we stayed here! The room was clean and smelled nicely normal - free of perfumes that some use to hide old rooms. Bed smooth with good support w/o being hard or soft. The bathroom/shower was perfect white-clean. Our room was very large and well away from any road noise. They did use the brown bag-prepackaged breakfast with no drinks except coffee. No milk or juice here. No fresh fruit included. Overall VERY worth the stay for passing a good nights sleep.

Reasonable place to stay, close to airport, nothing fancy, but place to get some sleep with easy Airport/freeway access. Several places to eat within easy walking distance, though crosswalks don't seem to be available.

The hotel was clean and comfortable as always. When snow came they even offered to let us stay a little past check out to make sure we would be able to travel. I always feel safe no matter what time I arrive. We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

The room was dirty.. dusty an dirty advise GMA the next morning an wanted to show him pictures told if I was not happy to just leave.. an then he just walked away.. very busy weekend in area so a new room was hard to fine..So I clean room myself..the other staff members very friendly an helpful.

We stopped in after 10 PM and the lady was very nice and got us a room right away. Room was very clean, lots of comfy pillows, and the perfect place to rest after a 900 mi drive. Walls are kind of thin but nothing intolerable, and you can't really hear any traffic.

Got into town late headed to destination. Called all around and everyone wanted to gauge cause I did t have reservation and it was past midnight. Called this location the lady was so pleasant and gave me a great rate! Room Was clean, plenty of towels and necessities. Thank you!

I'm still getting used to this mask thing, but the attendant on staff was polite. The to go breakfast ready for pickup as we left was a good option and had plenty of various items, breakfast bar, cookies, crackers, muffins, water, plus coffee was there for the taking. Nice in these times.

Both by phone and in person, the desk clerk lady here was very helpful, booking us just the kind of room we prefer. This is a clean, well-run place convenient to lots of restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores.

The hotel was older, but the furnishings were updated so it was nice. The room was very clean. The front desk staff were efficient. The breakfast bag was not very great - bottle of water, granola bar, honeybun, banana. i understand not being able to serve the regular breakfast but most hotels are offering these bags and frankly, they stink!!! There is a great place to eat across the street The Frisco Deli. Also many other eateries close at hand.

I did a walk thru before I touched anything. The room was spotless. The staff was great. They r conveniently located right off the interstate. Lots of restaurants in the area. I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be staying there again!!!

What a wonderful hotel right off the interstate! We had driven in the rain ALL day and needed a rest! This BW was one of the nicest and friendliest ones we've ever stayed in. Wilma at the front desk will greet you like family and your room will be clean and fresh!

Altough the renovated the building it is still an old building. Room was OK but no more than that, room was clean. Breakfast was poor but the good thing: it was available very early even in the weekends. Parking is free and plenty available. Staff was ver helpfull and friendly. Overall: no value for the money

I made a last minute decision to get a room for the night. The staff was great in assisting me with a late check-in and upon arrival the front desk agent had my paperwork ready for me. The room was spacious and clean. I'll definitely stay again.

Staff is great, if you arrive at night will need to use the night window. Was very fast checking in and room easily located. Friendly and helpful staff. Off I20 maybe 15 minutes at most to Flowood but price 60.00 a night versus the other options closer 119.00 a night made my decision. The carpet had a small tear in the room, is an older facility but nice enough. I read other reviews and staff was very accommodating brought us towels (opted out of maid service). Great service and clean rooms.

We thoroughly understand that "keeping that smile" on your face, while having a job in the hospitality industry, is not always easy. But, the Best Western in Pearl, MS has a staff that gets an A+ in that department. Not only was our room nice, neat and clean everywhere, but, the staff, in total, was "sparkly" with smiles on and greetings that made us feel like we were welcomed there. Thank you very much.

Nice enough Hotel. Staff friendly and the rooms are clean. Not the Quietest place we have stayed in but okay. Breakfast was reasonable and so started another day. The hotel's appearance outside was good so somebody takes some pride in their Hotel. Easy enough place to get to and from Interstate 20. Lots of eating places nearby. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff was very rude. I was told by 2 staff members check out was noon. The staff was very rude when we weren't out by 11. The manager told me I made the story up. I never expected a 12:00 checkout until they told me that. I was told during reservations my 7 rooms were 78.40 each with tax. I got there and 2 rooms were the price I was told and the other 5 were 89.00. I brought to the managers attention and he said I was making that story up like I did the checkout time. I will never stay at another best western because of the performance of this one.

A affordadle hotel stay without being over priced. Clean and neat rooms. Mannagement and staff are great. You have plenty of entertainment and food spots around. i would definetly not only stay at this property again , but i will recommend to friends and family.

This motel is older but clean. There is no elevator. The rooms were small and had no closet - only a pole with hangers next to the sink area. The room had a small desk & chair, small loveseat with an end table & ottoman. No luggage rack at all. The AC was quiet and worked well. The sink was outside the bathroom and the bathroom was very small with barely enough room to close the door. The breakfast eating area was also small. They had hot eggs, canadian bacon, sausage, french toast, biscuits & gravy, cereal, breads, pastries, etc. When we got there, there were very few eggs and bacon left and no french toast. The eggs were cold. Nothing was refilled for at least 10 minutes until someone went and talked to the front desk about more food. Not very efficient.

filthy room, stains on sheets, bathtub was disgusting, never did get cool in room, people were hanging out on stairwells outside my room, did not feel safe as a woman staying alone. Check out clerk was asleep on couch in lobby when I checked in. Very unprofessional.

As the title of the review says, yes it was bug free which is a big plus for my stays. I wasn't pleased with the wifi signal but that's minimal. Our one complaint, which we never brought to their attention, is the fact the floors were pretty dirty. They were vacuum clean, but our gray socks were black in no time. They need to shampoo the carpets more. And they must have hard water because no amount of rinsing took away that soapy feeling. But that could be a city issue too. As far as staff and breakfast go, I'd give both above average ratings.

We chose this motel because it was less expensive than staying downtown, and less than a 10 minute drive. I was surprised at how low the rate was on a holiday Saturday. I think we paid $72. Our room was decent size, and the bed was very comfortable. All furnishings in good shape, and linens clean. We were surprised at how nice the toiletries were. Typical amenities are provided (fridge, microwave, wifi). The TV was a pretty good size. The pool was a bit small, and was mobbed with people, so we skipped it. The parking lot is a little tight (and has a huge drainage ditch built into the driveway), but if you're in the mood for chain restaurants, there are several you could walk to. Despite the hotel being busy, and in a busy area, we had a quiet night. Breakfast the next morning had bacon, which is a plus, but the eggs were weird patties, and I could have thrown the biscuit through someone's windshield.

This is an older motel but almost completely redone. The pool was sparkling clean, the room spotless and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. We enjoyed our time there and would happily staly again,

As usual it was a pleasant stay. I rarely stay anywhere else. The water pressure was great after a long day, the bed knew just how badly I needed a good night sleep and the internet was wonderful. It made uploading reports and supporting documsts very easy. The staff was wonderful. I overslept and didn't get breakfast this time, usually it is pretty good.

Our room was very clean and well stocked. The amenities were useful and functioning, and the bed was so comfortable that we hated to get up the next morning! We will be staying here on our future excursions!

This property is very well maintained, extremely clean, and is easily accessible form I-20. The front desk help is awesome! Breakfast was very good, and checkout was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly to anyone needing to stay in the Jackson area.

I come to the area several times a year, and stay at this hotel each time. It offers a great value, great location, and great service. The staff is friendly and does a nice job of making you feel welcome during your stay.

This Best Western has always been a good, clean comfortable place to stay in the Jackson area. Pricing is reasonable. The hotel has nice furnishings in the rooms with good TV's, good bedding, and nice furniture. The towels were adequate in size, and smell, and fluff. This trip we started to notice corrosion on the lamps, on the plumbing fixtures, and the poor desk chair has had better days. If age was bad, my generation would be horrible. Age is just an indicator that management better start watching the property if they are to keep the experience high. Breakfast here is served hot. Hot Canadian bacon, hot american bacon, and hot sausage. They serve this ultra moist, egg-like puck of what must be some frozen egg product. Juice, coffee, and other continental breakfast items are also well presented. Staff is very friendly.

Ciara.. Actually I believe the night girls name was Ciara. She was super. made check in fun and very helpful. we forgot to ask for sheets for the pull out bed and she actually called us back to tell us she has extra sheets and a towel for the shower for my son. We could have complain about the shower tub having black grease on it and I believe Ciara would have came upstairs just to clean it, but was not a deal breaker for me and my wife was too tired to notice.I would have gave this best western a 5 if the owners and cleaning laid the were roaming around were very rude.

We arrived about 11:30pm. I called ahead to ask about late arrivals and spoke with Wilma, what wonderful person to speak to. When we walked in she called me by name and said they were ready for us. She was off, but took the time to introduce us to Tiara who was very nice and check-in was timely. Room was clean and breakfast was fine-a little above average and well maintained. They do need more parking but a great stop for a night's rest when traveling home. E-z off and on interstate and lots of places to eat in the area

Motel style property. Economically priced. Swimming pool with handicap lift. Commercialized area. Lots of restaurants and retail stores in the area. Mississippi Braves are nearby. Typical Best Western breakfast, nothing fancy. Watch for that huge dip when exiting the parking lot.

This property is always our go to if we have to make a quick trip to the area. It is close to family and has a great value for the money. The rooms could use an update and carpet could really be replaced, but we are happy over all with our experience.

Check in was very quick. Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Diamond Select status was recognized and room was upgraded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast had wide variety of items. Excellent stay overall. Express checkout was used and appreciated.

We stayed here three nights and it was fine. The rooms are newly remodeled and are comfortable. Be sure to get a room in the back away from the traffic noise. Hopefully the pool won't be busy at night so that won't bother you.

Convenient to the airport and Jackson. Lots of food and grocery options very close. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. I was allowed to check in very early on my arrival day. The room was very clean. The tv was nice and large. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfy and smelled very clean. Only small oversight was I found some M&M under the edge of my bed cover the first night.

Staff and managers were very nice. Especially the front desk manager. Overall, i was very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned. I slept well in their King size bed. Breakfast could be a little better. It's satisfactory. Signal was lost on television one night. Hotel was very responsive to the problem. Would definitely stay again in the near future and recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed one night while visiting family. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check out, we observed the manager Raj berating an employee. His tone was unacceptable. We will not stay here again because of his treatment of his staff. I can see why they have a "help wanted" sign. No one should have to put up with that treatment.

If you're looking for a great value for your money, this is the hotel for you in Pearl! I travel a LOT and stay in all different hotels and have stayed in many different hotels in Peal and this is definitely the best value for your money...

Everything the staff has control over is nice. The rooms are cleaned and very well taken care of, the hot breakfast was ready on time (bland, but hot and ready), the staff was very kind during check-in and had everything ready to go. I did specifically requested a room on the south side of the building after reading the below tips but received a room on the north side (Arby's side). The walls, floors, ceilings, doors are all super thin. Thankfully we did not have any rude neighbors but one could definitely hear when someone next door sneezed, someone upstairs flushed the toilet, people going up and down the stairs, and the exact song someone was playing in their car at Arby's. The location of the hotel is good, it is super close to the interstate, restaurants, and has a lot of available parking. For the price, it was a fine hotel.

I have stayed at Best Western Airport Inn multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and nice, and it's a good location. I haven't been able to find a better value.

We always stay here when in the Jackson, MS area. Easy access off I-20 & there is a stop light at their entrance. Very clean room always with super bed & a shower with ptessure you'll want to linger in. We travel a lot & we have never found a better free breakfast: scrambled & boiled eggs, french toast, ham or bacon, sausage, muffins, danish, biscuits & gravy, yogruts, cheese, waffle maker, juices, coffee & teas, dry cereals, bread. But the best assets are their staff - friendly, cheerful & helpful.

I have been going to Florida from Oklahoma using different routes since the mid-80's and have stayed at motels in various cities in the SE and this stay was, by far, one of the best. Friendly staff at check in & out. Nice room Off the Interstate and quiet and close to several restaurants. TOWELS were huge and thick, Good breakfast - waffles, scrambled eggs, french toast and all the other items. BUT...the coffee was superb ! When I take this route I am staying here from now on. Great value !

I needed a one night stay over after coming out the airport nearby , and this hotel satisfied me , staff was friendly , rooms were clean movie theater is right around the corner , and you are not far away at all for the options of getting something to eat . Downside I experienced is that the free breakfast was between 5am- 9am , really would've been nice to have it a little longer . Overall I would stay again

Great staff, bed, shower, breakfast. The ladies at the front desk wore smiles and we're very polite and helpful. The room was clean nice TV and very comfortable bed. Very impressed with the entire experience.

The hotel is good, and the rooms are fine, however the breakfast was the gravy and biscuits with no meat options at all. Horrible start to our day, spent the last 30 days in various Best Western Hotels...all had hot meats options.

The rooms were clean and the staff at check-in and out were very good, the breakfast was nice, but not fabulous. The beds could use some new mattress, the one we had did not sleep very comfortably. overall it was a pleasant stay. This hotel was surrounded by just about any kind of restaurant you could want with in walking distance and plenty of places to go shopping or walking.

I booked the rooms well in advance. I called the hotel directly. I spoke with the owner. I gave them my name and credit card to hold 2 rooms because we would get there late. After traveling for 12 hours with small children we get there to find out that he didn't write down any of my information and because we got there after 6 PM they gave my rooms away and were full! My son was in tears because he was just done. The ladies at the front desk helped me get 2 rooms at a nearby hotel. The other members of our group got there an hour later. The one that booked with Hotels.com had a room. The other members dropped them off to go to the other hotel. This didn't happen to just me. The guy in front of me at check in booked through Booking.com and they gave his room away too. Don't waste your time booking a room here.

BW Airport Inn is an older two story, walk up, motor motel that has been recently refurbished. Hotel room doors all open to the exterior. Noisy. The hotel does have smoke detectors but no noticeable fire suppression system. The rooms had been refurbished and refurnished as recently as March, 2018 and are in pretty good shape. Bedding was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There are a cluster of hotel/motels in this immediate area and the BW Airport does have competitive prices... but you get what you pay for. The breakfast buffet was too crowded to be served.

I booked three rooms for a business trip. The rooms were smelly, bed covers were soiled, the toilet was running. To make matters worse when I reported my issues the manager said this is America things happen. I will never stay at this place ever again. The clerk at the front fest was so nice she apologized.

Let me tell you about my experience when I arrived at Best Western Airport Inn, Pearl Mississippi. I was a bit tired from a long drive and probably not in my best form but when I was greeted by Wilma, a smiling, jovial lady behind the check in desk my whole attitude immediately changed and I felt like I had just come home. Wilma is the delightful, happy, witty and just plain enjoyable employee of this great, out of the way, neat and clean motel. I felt like I had known her for ages. But as well as having the pleasure of meeting Wilma the rest of my stay was equally pleasant.

The room temperature was 80° when I walked in to the overwhelming smell of cleaner/disinfectant. Better than some alternatives but nonetheless overwhelming. The sink and shower drain were obstructed by hair. The towels were stained. A fellow colleague entered two other rooms in unsatisfactory condition upon check in before requesting a refund and relocating. It is a motel with exterior doors, not a hotel with an interior hallway. The outdoor pool was not available for use yet due to temperatures. The breakfast area is tiny. The food options are sparse and of low quality: Prepackaged. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Readily offered recommendations upon request. Would recommend other locations above this one. Wouldn't return despite convenient location and proximity to several chain food options. Low quality and standards.

The room was mostly clean and the staff friendly. The only downside is the loud noise of the toilet. The walls are also a little thin and you can hear proper talking in the other room. Good location that is close to shops and eats.

I booked through a third party and prepaid well in advance of my stay. I was charged again during my stay by the hotel. When I questioned the receipt at checkout, I was assured I was not being charged again and was not given a receipt because "you will receive one through the third party you booked and paid through." Thankfully, after traveling I check my bank account and I realized I was charged again. I called the hotel and, while the first person to answer the phone was very pleasant and seemed like she wanted to help, the man that got on the phone after her was short, rude, and unwilling to help me. At one point he questioned if I even stayed there because he couldn't find my information in the system even though it was 3 days ago and I could provide my room number and all personal/billing information. The third party booking site was much nicer and easier to deal with when I contacted them and they offered to refund my prepayment since the hotel refused to assist me. I won't be staying at this Best Western again based on the experience and their unwillingness to assist customers.

Everything was good. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the walls a little thin but everyone was quiet after we went to sleep. Breakfast options were great. Staff at check in and out were very friendly.

This little property is really close to a busy intersection, but nevertheless I chose it for its proximity to the airport. It's a small motel with outside entrances so seems a bit dated. BUT it was quiet, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The price was more than reasonable for a city motel.

Fine for the price. I was looking for a low-mid range cost. The night clerk was very helpful w directions to a phone store (I had forgotten to pack my cell charger.) The morning clerk was very helpful w directions to a Fred's store (for something else I forgot to pack.) The breakfast buffet offered a nice mix of items, and on both mornings the hot food items looked fresh.

Not only was the manager and staff helpful and friendly, the renovations on this fifty year old property is outstanding. The professionalism matched; outside and inside, both in property and personnel. We will definitely stay here again just for fun.

This is my “go to” hotel when traveling anywhere near Pearl. I've yet to be disappointed. Always clean, great price, friendly service, good breakfast, good internet. Location is convenient for most of our trips, but I will go here even if I have to drive a little extra. If it works, why change it?

Rooms are comfortable and clean, love the large TV's. Pool is enjoyable. Some nice upgrades (the entire place was repainted along with the parking lot). Very good rewards program. The location is superb with all the restaurants and activities one can pursue in the area, (Trustmark Park - AA Braves baseball).

Check in was easy. Within a couple of minutes of entering the room, the front desk called us to make sure everything was fine. It looked great. Upon walking in the bathroom, the walls around the toilet and behind the door had yellow splash marks that ran down to the edge of the tile. I immediately spoke with the manager because it looked just like urine. He assured me it was cleaning spray but that he would come up and bleach the walls. We were on the side of the hotel where the Arby's was located. I assume that their drive through employees use a megaphone when taking orders. You can clearly hear everything that is said through the walls of the room. I am so glad they weren't 24 hours. In the morning, the cleaning ladies roll carts around upstairs that are so loud that they resemble the sound of a Harley Engine. This hotel is close to everything. Luckily it has a light right in front of it otherwise you would never get out. The area is very busy.

A motel right off HWY not the best area but convenient, some fast food in the surrounding area, check in employee pleasant, bed comfortable but room needed a good deep cleaning and some much needed maintenance.

I was traveling through the night and decided to stop and rest. There were a number of hotels at this particular exit but I noticed a lot of work vehicles at the best western so I figured it was pretty safe and I am happy with my choice. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room exceeded my expectations. Was very clean and modern.

This hotel was a great place to stay. I was welcomed at the front desk and told about the room and all amenities upon check-in. The desk clerk was attentive and offered any assistance needed during my stay. This stay was due to an illness of a family member. I will gladly stay here again.

Received very poor services a pond check in and on the 2nd night at this location. Person running the front counter was on a personal phone call and left me standing wait for 3 plus minutes while she ordered lunch for a friend and herself.

This is an older building, so it's not bright and shiny, but the rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfast is nice and less hygienically sketchy than at most motels of a similar price range, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Traveling and stopped over for night of rest. Easy to get to off interstate and back on. Several restaurants and shopping near by. Rooms nice but bathroom small. Sofa in room was comfortable to sit on.

I had reserved a handicap access room. It was not! Almost impossible to manipulate my rollator in toilet room. No bars to help me off toilet. could not use toilet Have been a rewards member for over 10 years. very disappointed.

Excellent budget hotel for a great night stay if you are in the area of Pearl Mississippi. My wife and I were in the last 400 miles of a 4000 mile motorcycle trip and were looking for a comfortable place to stay on the interstate. Best Western has always given us a great room anywhere in the US for a reasonable price and we always look for them first. Our goal was Jackson Mississippi but because of delays we decided to cut it short a few miles and stay in Pearl. It was a great decision and were very comfortable with our nights stay. The check in was easy and the check out was fast and everything In between was excellent. They have a great continental breakfast, but if you want more, there are several restaurants in the area for any type of food you would ever need. A great place to stop and let the wear and tear of being on the road go away.

The people at this hotel were very accomodating and concerned about our welfare during our forced evacuation due to Hurricane Irma. Great housekeeping staff! Everyone here kept their eye on the weather news and let their guests know when situations were changing. I would highly recommend this motel.

The room smelled like ash tray, the bed wasn't clean, there were stains on the pillows, and had to kill 2 bugs. When I told the menager, he would not change my room, but gave me bug spray instead. Asked for new pillow cases, the one's they sent had staines on them as well.

The rooms are very Clean and very Quiet booth day and night which is all you need for a good rest. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast very appetizing and the presentation was great.

Very good hotel for a one night stay. Unlike many hotels of this class, this Best Western had parking at the door of the rooms which we LOVE! Room was very adequate, check-in was quick & efficient with very friendly staff. Breakfast included bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs - yum! On top of all that, senior rate was less than $70 a night. Really perfect stay.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last month. Both times were good visits. Bedding is very nice. Cleanliness is good. The towels are fluffy and larger than a postage stamp. The service at the desk was good. The breakfast had hot food that was great for the price. There is a good selection of restaurants very close to the property.

We had a great stay at BW ! Everything from check in to check out was very nice. We had no disturbance from the outside traffic or businesses, and there was a fast food outlet next door to the hotel. We only had to walk next door for a meal. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is an excellent hotel and location. It is right off the interstate and is a safe location with a lot of place to eat nearby. The hotel was very clean, modern and has the best wifi that I have encountered in a long time traveling. The breakfast is a real breakfast as well.

We checked in late in the day and were taken care of by a very nice lady. Had a little trouble with room odor but she quickly gave us new room and all was good.The breakfast was good as well as the location. This is a good place and we will be back next time in that area.

While attending a business seminar, I needed a nearby place to stay, which was moderately priced. I selected the Best Western-Airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, which went beyond the norm. The same went for the room and breakfast. I'll definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed here for two nights in June 2017. We had connecting rooms, including one with handicap access bath. Check in was easy, and staff were very helpful in meeting our needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have to move a table to open the connecting door between rooms. The bathroom in the regular room was very small, and toilet was low; handicap bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was good, included bacon and eggs, although eggs weren't very tasty. This location is very convenient to the interstate, and there are shopping centers, outlets, restaurants and a movie theater very close by. Some restaurants within walking distance.

Would recommend to anyone. Great place to come for business travel or leisure travel. Pillows could be a little bigger, but there were four of them so it all avenged out. I stay at this property quite often.

check in is a breeze room was nice and neat it is so easy to get in and out if you need to go somewhere but you can walk to several places to eat and several stores for quick snacks and drinks been staying at this Best Western for several years now esp when the bowling tournaments are going on the area

This remodeled older hotel was tastfully decorated and sparkling clean. I stopped overnight to break up a long trip. Found hotel on trivago and decided to try. Could not have been more pleased with staff, cleanliness or comfort. All for less than $70/ nite

When we checked in, the lady at the desk was very nice. When we got to the room, we were met with the stench of bug spray. I could have maybe overlooked that thinking it was their attempt to control pests. Then we tried to use the toilet and the seat came off. After two calls, a man came and snapped the plastic toilet seat back in place but upon sitting, the toilet seat was once again loose. The bed was comfortable but the place needed a thorough scrubbing. When I got a bottle of water from the fridge, a bug crawled from the floor of the fridge into a crack in the fridge. When we went to breakfast, the milk in the two containers were not only soured but had clabbered. All the tables were emtpy and we chose the only one that had been cleaned or not used. When we checked out I informed the clerk the room was disgusting. Immediately she went into defense mode and became rude and argumentative stating that the hotel had just been renovated. I would not recommend this hotel. We had stayed at two other Best Westerns during this trip and they were impeccable so

Recommend this updated Best Western. Nicely done and a great value. The staff is friendly and a nice breakfast in the morning with HOT food. Many other choices as well. The rooms all have upgraded flat screen TV's an good internet service.

Picked this stop as a close half way between Dallas and Chattanooga. Was pleasantly surprised by the size and condition of the room for the price. Breakfast was typical with something for everyone. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to see our son in Dallas.

This was a great place to stay for the price paid. $$ Breakfast was good, since it is a regular Best Western, it is a no frills environment, however, the breakfast area is new and inviting. Availability of food items and temps were good.

At the price I pay for this place I was really shocked about the place. Rooms clean and the staff one was OK the other was nice. they advertised check in at noon but its not until 2 and they check us in at 1 because we had a commitment to go to at 2. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Will stay next time I am in town.

Due to family circumstances, I had to unexpectedly checkout several nights early. The staff canceled reservations for extra nights with no questions or extra charges. Room has microwave and refrigerator.

Our stay was a nice one. The front desk manager, Shanetta Willis, would be the main reason we stayed there again. The owner stayed behind closed doors. She was so friendly and helpful. We had a broken toilet seat when we arrived, but she had a new one installed immediately. The breakfast bar was pretty good. It had hot eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. For the price, I would definitely stay there again.

I was forced to move hotels because of a burst waterpipe. the former hotel won't be available until mid March I ahven't stayed at a Best Western because there arent may where I travel. THe main reason I stayed there was because of their Television cable channel selections. When your out as many nights as I am you want to feel like your at home. That was this Best Western Hotel.

We always stay with the Best Western brand whenever we travel. This hotel was very accommodating and enjoyable. Our bed was very comfortable as well as our room. There are restaurants, entertainment, and shopping very close by. This is my favorite hotel in this area.

Stayed here with a friend for the Baptist Convention. Run had enough room to move around in. Beds where cozy, and did not had no issues. Wifi was fast, although I did not use it until I got up in the morning. hot water in the shower and close to places to eat.

Spent two nights in Mississippi, two nights in Nashville, & Two nights in Memphis. Stayed in Best Westerns in each city. I will always stay in Best Westerns when vacationing. Stayed at another hotel & the room was filthy.

I booked this hotel. Needed to sleep somewhere. What's traveling by car to Memphis. It's a noisy hotel. Until 03:00 people come and go. Cars starting. Alarms go off People walking around and yelling. Did not have a good night sleep Breakfast is form 6 until 9. I didn't have a good night sleep so that time was okay Rooms are okay got everything you need. Next time I'll I skip this hotel

For a drive/sleep stop it's fine but for a vacation I don't want to sleep here. The rooms look clean but if you look close... brrrr and we here the rooms behind us... Its no high session but we get the rooms on the first floor, why we have no idea but we did after asking the room downstairs

Please don't stay hear, got into my room on 10/17/2016. Got settled down then got into the bed and the sheets, comforter, and bed were INFESTED with ANTS. Save your money and GO to a place that you won't get eaten alive in.

Stayed for one night passing through. Room was clean regardless of what some other reviews have ststed. The front desk even called up to my room to make sure the room was up to par. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place in the area.

As soon as we got into the room the toilet stopped up. We were surprised that the manager came quickly with a plunger and deodorizer to save us. Later that evening the toilet seat came off, and we couldn't get it back on. We began to dread going to the bathroom. The sink and tub also drained very slowly. We were awakened at midnight by a heated argument in a nearby room that lasted for thirty minutes. Before six o'clock the next morning, we were awakened by what sounded like a pistol shot. The hot breakfast was a good selection but not very tasty, although the coffee was good. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful but the overall experience made us glad to be leaving.

I stayed here for one night on business. I was not super excited but then I got to the room. The room was recently renovated and tastefully done. The decor was modern and very comfortable, the bed was excellent and TV worked great. Overall it was just an excellent place to stay. The front desk even called to make sure I was comfortable.

During my stay, the toilet was stopped up, men were hanging outside of the rooms watching your every move, internet service was terrible, and people were calling the room all night claiming to have had the wrong number.

This hotel is perfectly located for all my business needs. - There are lots of restaurants close by -whether you want fast food or a sit down meal. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable.The staff is SUPER great! Internet works well and breakfast is nice.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on July 16th & 17th. This is NOT a hotel, it's a motel. The first night I had to sleep on a towel on top of the bed as the sheets were stained and dirty. I should have checked out right them but as it was 11:30 at night I went ahead and stayed. Then we discovered the refrigerator was broken so all the food we had out in it was ruined. My advice to you is just drive past this "hotel" and keep looking for a better place to stay.

This was a great and convenient stopping place for us. The front desk was friendly and welcoming at check-in and efficient at checkout. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is the standard BW fare but well-presented.

The front desk employee made me feel very comfortable when I checked in, was in and out within 5 minutes, which was good since I had two little ones that had been in the car for 11 hours. Room was very clean, comfortable, it had a microwave and nice sized fridge. Small pool, but sufficed for the needs that I'm sure most have when they are passing through. Overall great experience. Continental Breakfast was amazing!!

Great location. Near the outlet mall, restaurants, movie theater. Small parking lot. Fills up fast when sold out. The rooms could be a little colder. On a hot humid day a housekeeping turned my air up. When I got back in it took hours to cool back off. It was recently remodeled

Room smelled. Not sure what it was. Tile was falling off the bathroom wals. Carpet was dirty. Staff was okay. Close to a few restaurants and the airport. Convenient to the interstate. Not convenient to downtown or North Jackson.

I found the room to be clean and the staff member who checked us in to be very nice. However, there are far too few tables for the complimentary breakfast and my family was not able to sit and eat this morning, which I found to be very inconvenient. I don't think I've ever seen such a small eating area at a hotel and have to wonder why they even offer breakfast if they cannot even come close to accommodating very many guests. And our car's bumper scraped every time we drove into or out of the parking lot and we don't have a particularly low vehicle, just a standard minivan. Both of these things detracted from our visit unfortunately.

We were driving through to our destination and needed a place to lay our heads. The price was good and the reviews seemed good. The hotel was definitely adequate for this. The only drawbacks were the check in staff was on her cell phone when we arrived and I had to wait a bit while she multi tasked work and private. The room key did not work so had to go back down and the door was somewhat flimsy and felt a bit inadequate (203) otherwise the breakfast fair was decent and the beds comfortable. For the price and a quick drive through. Adequate.

This place surprised me. It was very clean, easy access, and very quiet. Rooms were ran and well stocked. Area is safe with plenty of access to mall, Braves baseball, and Bass Pro Shop. The management let us check early and was very nice. Breakfast here is average

We were in the area for the annual Trail of Honor event that required us to sty for 4 nights. This property is a bit hard to get into but that is the ONLY draw back. This property ranks in the top 2 Best Westerns in which we have stayed over our 10 years of traveling the Southeast portraying President and Mrs. Jefferson Davis. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly, and the only complaints we had were slow drains in the bath and vanity sink in addition to paste like gravy on the breakfast bar.

Great place to stay and next to ball park, sams club, movie theater , outlet mall, restaurants, quite, close to airport , close to Jackson Mississippi, Bass pro shop, hardware store, tire store and convenience store and plenty on gas stations and tire shops, car wash, just about anything you need while you are traveling

We stayed one night at Best Western Pearl on our way from Graceland to New Orleans. The check-in was good and the lobby was nice. The room size was just average, had a king bed with the usual amenities. However, the flat screen TV picture was not clear and did not fit the TV properly, could still watch it. The bathroom counter sink was not separate from the room, also the counter sink was very low, child size. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, french toast, and many other choices. This hotel has exterior doors so you can park next to your room door if on the first floor. Although there are restaurants fairly close, sidewalks are lacking so may be better to drive. In the evening I went to the lobby for coffee, there was none, lady told me to use in-room coffee. They should have coffee available as it was early evening and more people would be coming. Overall, the hotel is fine for one night.

We stayed here one nite. The rooms have been remodeled and smell really good. New carpet too! The beds were soft and everything was super clean. Good breakfast bacon and French toast. Love a best western

BW in -Pearl, MS, was excellent. Very clean, price was right, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful. We wanted an Italian Restaurant in the area, and she found us one that was close by.Close to the highway, easy off and on.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Good job, Good service, Good value! The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person as well. The room was very clean and easy to access. I will plan to come back to this property in the future!

Front desk was awesome. Check in took less than 5 minutes. And anytime I had a question they were right there. As it was Easter Sunday when we were there than you so much for helping us find a place to eat. Rooms are comfortable and very quite. I would stay here again.

Would Highly Recommend this Hotel! Awesome customer service, great breakfast, and clean rooms! Arrived late at night and the initial room keys would not work. Night clerk quickly switched our room when they realized there was an issue. In the morning, they were out of batter for the waffles. The front desk clerk not only made up more batter, she actually made the waffles for us. The hotel was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly.

We love to stay in Pearl when visiting the Jackson area, and this is our pick for hotel every time. Since last visit they have remodeled the rooms and they look so nice! Always enjoy our stay here; good staff, clean rooms, reasonable rates and good location for Braves, Bass Pro or Outlet Mall. So far nothing negative to say and have stayed here several times. Rooms have iron, hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of hot water, free wifi, rooms with sitting area, free breakfast, all we need!

The receptionist was wonderful. Expedia arranged my stay incorrectly but they gracefully fixed the whole ordeal for me. (went well out the way for me) The only negative was the hotel is undergoing some work. Once this is over though that shouldn't be a problem. The room was newly updated. The room has plenty of space and has a microwave and fridge. The bathroom is small. The breakfast was above average. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Was visiting family during Christmas time and had to make multiple stops in Mississippi so I decided to stay at this Best Western having had good luck at other ones in the past. Being right off of the interstate was convient too. Room was exceptionally clean and the pillow arrangement on the bed, which was very comfy by the way, gave a nice higher end look to the place once you first step in. The TV and refrigerator were basic and both worked well and all stations came in clear. Staff was friendly and there weren't any unwanted interruptions by any cleaning staff. There wasn't any noticeable noise from other occupants, just a bit of noise from the nearby highway which really isn't that bad. Another big plus was the air conditioning worked very well which was really important when it was in the 80s and humid on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Highly recommended place to stay if in the Pearl or Jackson Airport area.

They were doing noisy maintenance right above my room until 7pm. So loud that you could not hear the TV when they were drilling, no matter how loud you turned up the TV. You could also hear every single conversation occurring outside or in the room next door. The worst was that you could hear (LOUDLY) every time the person next door used the bathroom, turned on their faucet, and (LOUDLY) taking a shower. The walls are worse than paper thin. The rooms are not too bad - apparently recently updated, meaning they aren't gross. But, they smell stale. Small TV. Clean enough, but nothing awesome. Sketchy area.

We are in Jackson MS every year for business. We have stayed at this Best Western for at least 7 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, not real fancy but quiet and good mattresses. The price is great and we plan on returning next year.

Dropped in at midnight for some quite and safe rest. Could not have picked a better spot for just such an occasion. Clean, recently renovated and quite. Hotel offered free breakfast but we opted for the Waffle House next door--mistake. I would venture to guess the hotel breakfast would have been better! Oh, sleep is more important than food on long road trips.

Best Western is one of the best deals going today for travelers. About 25% less than competitors. Very clean, modern. comfortable beds. Good breakfast. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Great location just off I20.

Trusting TripAdvisor my wife and I chose to stay at the Best Western Airport Inn in Pearl, MS even though the rate was quite low. It was a good decision. The hotel was newly decorated, very clean, very pleasant and quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very clean room, free internet worked very well. Staff was very pleasant and caring. Location was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was same as any place but staff made it special. If your in the area you will not go wrong with a stay here.

Beds were comfortable and rooms smelled clean. Linens were not in the best shape and some of the housekeeping could have been done better. Emergency vehicles on the US highway could be heard occasionally so take some ear plugs. The water is horrible, but it's that way in most of the area, not just the motel. Bring bottled water. Overall for the price, it's a good location and we felt safe.

Area felt safe and that's #1 for me along with cleanliness. BRING bottled water and ear plugs!! The water in the area is weird, not just the motel. Sirens went by a few times but it IS a major highway. Unfortunately, the towels were stained and the bath mat was extremely worn with strings on all edges - very ragged looking. Something was on the decorative bed drape as though spilled or child's hands wiped on it. Many small items on floor like pieces of sticks and leaves, bits of paper, clothing tag pieces, food crumbs were on the table and bathtub had ring in it that had not been cleaned. Too late at night to change rooms by the time we realized it but very inconvenient since we had a baby with us that needed a bath. Biggest complaint was housekeeping did half cleaning job. Overall, I can see there is effort being put into the upkeep of the motel and I've definitely seen worse for an older building. For a night or two, the price is right, ok location and the room smelled and looked very clean. Nice size flat screen TV with remote. Refrigerator and microwave was appreciated since the baby was with us. Rooms face out to parking lot as it's an older style motel. We took the side away from Arby's as others suggested and noise was minimal except for the occasional siren. Many good restaurant chains nearby - Waffle House, Ruby Tuesday, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Donuts and more. Convenience stores close by also for that bottled water. I would stay again but will check the details upon arrival in case there are housekeeping issues again.

The biggest issue I had was the taste and the smell of the water. It had a strange smell and it tasted so strongly I could barely drink my coffee. When I wanted to have some potable water I had to buy it in the soda vending machine.

My husband and I had wonderful stay. They had start renovation the place the room were clean, the breakfast well I will put it like this my husband did not complain. The hotel in convenience place next door to waffle house also smoothie place open since we will there before check out.

A little tough to turn in to their driveway (watch out for that drop from the road to driveway) but well worth the scrape! Rooms were fresh and clean, staff was very attentive, and the breakfast was FANTASTIC! Great wifi coverage, as well. I will definitely go here again, when in Pearl, MS!

We had stayed in this hotel last year and enjoyed it so we decided to stay there again since we were in the Jackson area. The hotel in going through a renovation. The real disappointment came when we were put into one of the newly renovated rooms and found the toilet had been used and not cleaned prior to our check in. The carpet appeared to be either the old carpet or new that was dirty. The cable TV went out several times and the phone had loud static on it. The door and door jamb had a large gap between them and even with the dead bold engaged you could move the door approximately an inch.
