    « Awesome »

My family and I had a very pleasant stay here. I would definitely book saddleback again. Everything from staff to meals to Location were above my expectations. Our initial reason for booking this hotel was because we were planning on bringing our puppy and they allow that. We didn't bring her after all but thankful we booked here. j

    « Very nice »

It was our first time staying here and we would stay there again. The rooms were clean and spacious. the breakfast was buffet style and the attendants took very good care of us. The hotel also meeting rooms, and a very nice pool.

« Best western good stay »

We were very pleased with the friendly staff. They were very helpful, in restaurant recommendation, we found a Chinese place right across the street . We did however receive incorrect directions to the Best Western when we called on the way in. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

    « Quick overnight »

Greatest quick pit overnight stop. Excellent room. Awesome beds, pillows, sheets. Hot showers , soft towels. Got an incredible nights sleep. Ready and refreshed for the next days long drive. Can't say enough about this hotel. Excellent staff as well and easy check out.

    « Fix Food/Thin Walls - Average for Cost »

Stayed here as they offered discounts upon registering and I had a dog with me; paperthin walls, low quality breakfast, but clean. Had difficulty sleeping because you can hear everything although bed was very comfy. Major renovations needed to fix worn carpet/paperthin walls, low quality breakfast, but I guess that's how they keep the costs lower.

    « 2 day stay... »

We had a ground floor room, whomever was in the room above us was a little noisey, but that's to be expected. Nice big room, breakfast was great, food hot and could eat all you want. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

    « 1 night stay »

We stayed one night whilst travelling route 66. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a problrm on check in and the couldnt find the reservation. Seems like they switched reservation systems which caused the error but they sorted it all out very quickly and efficiently. Breakfast offered good choices both hot and cold. Would be happy to stay again.

    « Really nice hotel »

The room was huge for one person as I was traveling alone. The bathroom was bigger than most I've stayed at. The breakfast buffet was the best and most lavish I have ever seen for a hotel in this price range. As with most hotels next to an interstate, noise will always be an issue. I compensate by running the heat/ac unit fan continuously. Personally I would rather hear traffic noise than other guests slamming doors and yelling, or letting their kids run wild in the halls.

    « Sleepless night in OKC ? »

Horrible! We were here for one night, and it was 1 night too long. Our room was 1081, it faced the highway and that's exactly what we heard our entire sleepless night. There was a gap in the door that could use some weatherstripping to help keep the cold and the sound out. The room was old, out dated and had an odor to it. The mattress on the bed severely needed to be replaced. One thing we can usually count on at Best Western is a decent breakfast. Whoever their cook was needs help. The eggs were disgusting, the hasbrowns under cooked, I was afraid to even try the sausage so a banana and coffee it was. We had a $50 credit due to staying at so many Best Westerns and they didn't apply it so we had to get our bill corrected. At check out we signed our bill for $44. Currently posting to my account are 3 charges to Best Western; $142, $108 & another $108. At this point the $44 was too much for this hotel. Drive to Tulsa or if you must stay in OKC, find another hotel!

« Amazing Room and Great Stay!! »

My husband and I stayed at the Saddleback Inn during the weekend of November 4th - 6th, 2016. We stayed in a king suite room #2090! This room was wonderful! It was clean and beyond comfortable. The bed was perfect and having the 2 TV's made the stay perfect. The free breakfast was also very good with bacon, sausage, eggs and hashbrowns, as well as, biscuits and gravy. The wait staff were very attentive. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We even went to the bar and had a few drinks. All in all, a wonderful stay!

    « Disappointment »

When offered the option, I'll often choose to stay at a Best Western property, and that's been a good way to go. But the Saddleback Inn & Conference Center proved a disappointment during a recent multi-state trip and I left feeling glad I stayed there only one night. The rooms are nice enough, and the amenities provided are fine. But it's located directly adjacent to the interstate and the traffic noise was the loudest I've ever heard. While unloading the car, I talked to another guest, who agreed that the traffic noise was incredible. Fortunately, after 10 or 11 p.m., the traffic subsided enough to get some sleep in before it started up again early in the morning. Second, although the place seems clean, in the morning I was greeted by a belly-up cockroach on the bathroom floor. I've seen that before, but never in a hotel that presents itself as above average. At check out the (very young) clerk asked how everything was. Since she asked, I mentioned these issues. Her entire response was to say they "would look into it." That left me feeling like she didn't care and made me wonder why she asked me anything in the first place. Overall, I can rate this place no better than average. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but it would be far from my first choice.

« Very spacious, well kept hotel. Perfect. »

We stayed at the Oklahoma City Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn for one night as part of our Route 66 adventure. We followed the interstate in from Tulsa, which went well, although we reckoned that the surrounding roads would be generally very busy in that area. The hotel was fantastic with loads of space. Checking-in was really easy with very helpful staff. The hotel had a great outdoor swimming pool, although we didn't use it. The hotel did have lots of facilities for our evening meal but we decided to eat out, at the local Denny's. Our room, 1044, was great, very large with smart furniture in a separate seating area, and lots of modern facilities. The breakfast was very nice too with a great hot and cold selection. This is definitely a hotel to come back to.

« Great Place To Stay »

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The rooms are big, comfortable and well decorated. Rooms are very quiet. Free breakfast with your stay is a plus. When we travel through Oklahoma City we will always stay here.

« Amazing hotel and staff is great »

This is the CLEANEST Best Western property we have ever experienced! The even vacuum the carpet next to the walls (there is usually about one inch of carpet next to the walls that clearly has not been vacuumed in a long, long time in most hotels -- NOT this one. Every square inch of the carpet was clean. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff was so friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

    « Nice place »

This was a pretty nice little hotel, it was clean, had a good breakfast, the staff was very nice. It was an enjoyable experience. The only negative, was it did not have much water pressure in the shower. We would stay there again.

« Beautiful hotel, spacious room »

Hotel is beautiful inside and out, staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and very clean. Free breakfast was very inviting, fresh and good. Location is a tad tricky to get to, but can figure it out. Once there easy on and off the highway.

    « Beware »

I reserved a room using what I thought was the hotel website. Instead I was directed to HotelsOne.com. My reservation was for 10/13/16 the second night of our car travel from NJ to NM. On 10/11/16, I attempted to change our reservation date to 10/14/16. I went to the email confirmation that I received and found no way for me to make this change other than to send an email through the website. There wasn't even a phone number provided. By the evening of 10/13/16, I still did not have a response to my email so I called the hotel and was told that they could not help me and that I had to contact Expedia. I called Expedia and they gave me a number for HotelsOne. I then spent extensive time on the phone with their representative who checked availability (a room was available) and I was advised that she would have to check with the hotel and would respond by email within 24 hours. On the morning of 10/14/16, I received a response to my original email in which I had request a change in my reservation for the night of 10/13/16. They were apologetic for not responding and recommended that I contact one of the service representatives if I still needed assistance. No phone number was provided. By the evening of 10/14/16 and as I was approaching OKC, I had still not heard back from HotelsOne as promised so I called them again. The representative advised that the hotel would not change my reservation from 10/13/16 to 10/14/16 because I was a "no show" on 10/13/16 and that I would be penalized the full amount of the room charge that was paid when I made the initial reservation. Needless to say, we found accommodations elsewhere and I do not recommend this hotel or HotelsOne to anyone.

We had an excellent stay. All personnel were excellent. The rooms were clean and large. I will stay here again on my next visit to the area. Check in was great as well as check out. Location was very good.

    « Really? »

On check in, we entered the room and found that it appeared to have been occupied or not cleaned. Pillows stacked vertically against the headboard as if someone were watching TV. Towels on floor and furniture. Used glasses on furniture. It was very creepy. We backed out immediately.

    « Very Impressed! »

Stayed here for a training convention. Very impressed. So clean and beautiful decor. Restaurant and Lounge/Bar in convenient area. Rooms very clean and comfortable. And the price is fantastic. Will definately stay here again!

« Haven't seen bathroom fixtures that clean in a while »

This is not a 5 star hotel by any means and I would not call it modern, but I would come back any time! Staff took great care of our group, all of our requests were honored. I was especially pleased to see how clean my room was. Haven't seen bathroom fixtures that shiny since my stay in a 5 star hotel in Amsterdam earlier this summer. All the equipment in the room worked properly, restaurant and bar had a reasonably priced menu with decent selection.

    5
    « Nice stay »

Staff was very professional friendly and accommodating... The room very roomy and clean... The price was great... The free breakfast was really good... Only problem we had was with other guess. I would stay here again.

    « Just Okay »

We stayed for a weekend when we were visiting for a wedding. We had stayed at other hotels in the area, but chose this one because it was considered a 3 star hotel, it was a little cheaper than our 2.5 star favorite, and it had a full bar. There were parts we liked - the food at the bar was good, and the complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels, but when it came to the room, it wasn't up to par with others in the area. Our room was dark, had outdated furniture, and the tub seemed really old and worn. I also don't love the fact that our room was on the first floor and had its own exterior door - we didn't open the curtains often. Overall, our stay was okay, but I would probably stay somewhere newer and nicer next time.

« Not impressive at all »

Booked/confirmed/paid for downstairs outside room 6+ weeks ago..Just needed a convenient nights rest before an early flight out of Will Rogers airport..3rd party site, even though I called Saddleback, booked a handicap room, which was fine, as long as where I requested. I get there and cant have the room Id already paid for and the only outside was upstairs..ended up inside downstairs..whatever...Desk guy blamed me for using 3rd party...again, i looked up and called Saddleback..... Restaurant, once a server came out was really good... It was more the attitude of the desk guy that bothered me...

    « Very Nice Stay »

We enjoyed our one night stay. Very clean, well appointed and a professional staff. Also, dog friendly. Paid an extra fee for our dog, but it was worth it. Breakfast was also good. Would stay there, again.

    « Soccer Tournament »

My family had a great and wonderful stay. The check in was great. All of the staff was real nice and friendly. We are Diamond members with Best Western so we we're able to get a free upgrade, to a two queen bedroom suite. Which even made it so much nicer of a stay. The room was extra clean and big. My family loved it. We were in town for my son Soccer Tournament and only 10 - 15 mins away from the South Lake Soccer Complex in Moore,Oklahoma. The breakfast was really good they had a lot to choose from.It is A hot all you can eat buffet for breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room was really awesome and help server you if need it.There is also really nice pool the stays open until the end of october there is a indoor hot tub which we did not know about cause it was not advertised but it is nice they also have a dry sauna. Thank you for such a wonderful stay Best Western Saddleback.

« Very Nice Place to Stay »

Very nice place. Rooms were good size, neat and well decorated. Staff was very nice, always smiling and very helpful. I like the outdoor entrance to the rooms. Very quiet, even though it is close to the interstate. Will stay here again.

    5
« Great Place to Stay! »

I think I'm in love with Best western pluses. This was was so nice. The rooms were very comfortable, price was reasonable, and they had a buffet breakfast with real china plates versus the paper plates one is usually dealing with. And they had chocolate donuts - my favorite!

    4
« Great room Good Breakfast Excellent Customer Service »

Great customer service, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better then I expected. It has a buffet style breakfast with a changing menu. The front desk was helpful and went above and beyond to provide info or assistance during the stay.

« Excellent value hotel and great amenities! »

Stayed one night here last night on our trip across the USA (Route 66). What an excellent hotel this is! I asked for a quiet room away from the highway and we were given a beautiful king sized room. I have seen smaller apartments in the UK! This room was LARGE and equipped with everything you needed, fridge, microwave, big screen high quality LG TV (Star Wards movie looked great!), office desk, vanity area, iron board and iron, seating area and a great power shower! There was also an outside pool where we lay in the sun while doing our laundry (3rd floor of the block at the rear overlooking the pool). We ate an evening meal across the minor road at Trappers Fish Bar. Breakfast in the morning was good, both cold and hot buffets provided with good scrambled eggs and crisp bacon. This hotel is really amazing value! A definite must-do on Route 66 when you need to unwind a little!

    « Very good value »

The rooms were very clean...bed was comfortable..outdoor pool was great & large. Rooms are updated. Breakfast was very good..better than most. We traveled on motorcycle & wanted to see the Oklahoma Memorial but did not want to travel downtown on our bike. They have a shuttle service for $5.00 per person roundtrip to drop you anywhere downtown..really appreciated that. Only complaint we had was their laundry room..wasted 2 hours doing laundry here as 1 out of 2 washers I used kept stopping & 1 out of 2 dryers did not dry & I did not find out until after cycle was done that clothes were just as wet as when I put them in...reported problem at front desk & had to ask for my dryer refund...was not offered. Would stay here again but use a laundrymat elsewhere

    « Surprisingly Good »

Nice, clean, easy to find hotel in Oklahoma City. It isn't in the most picturesque location but it is located close to many places you might like to visit or shop. Our room was clean, quiet and easily accessible as well. The hotel has a restaurant, which was closed on Sunday which was our visit day, but the free breakfast in the morning was there and it seemed quite nice. We didn't use the pool but it was lovely and it seemed the other patrons were enjoying it. Fair pricing and location made this a good choice for us.

    3
    « OKC »

This hotel needs to strongly consider more conveniently located access points to the 2nd floor. If, you are in the middle of the building with heavy luggage look for another hotel. The staff and the breakfast was very good. Location is good.

    2
« BW Saddleback OKC trip »

Location of hotel overall was good except interstate 40 is right on top of it, they have a small wall but should be 3 times the height (might help). Small refrigerators and old furniture. Ok for a night or two but not good for much longer. On the plus side Fido is welcome and the breakfast is good.

    5
    « Amazing Stay »

This place is great for teacher and students to stay. Don't have to worry about student safety, quit, and staff excellent about helping protect students. On top of all that the price is great for small school on small budget.

    4
    « Quick fix »

Traveling with my pup can be an issue but none here. Quick check in, ground floor room, great buffet breakfast, lots of parking and near I 40 for ease of travel make this a good stop. Only issue was remote was not working but repairman came promptly once notified by another. Fixed in a minute. This is more of a 'motorlodge' with rooms opening onto parking lot.

« Conviently located property, great breakfast »

I was teaching at this hotel so I really didn't consider another property, but I was happy with the experience. I really enjoyed the choice at breakfast and the coffee was exceptionally good. The room wasn't fancy but very adequate, clean, with a very comfortable bed and a nice desk to work at, which pretty well covers all the essentials for me. The price was reasonable.

    1
« Anyone giving this more stars has never stayed in a nice hotel »

Disgusting. Stayed here on a road-trip with our dog at the advice of AAA. Noisy, old, dirty and thin walls made for a horrible night--even our dog couldn't sleep. Have stayed in a couple of other Best Western Plus locations that were much better. I didn't expect the Ritz, but with 4 stars on TripAdvisor I certainly expected a lot more than this place gives.

    5
    « Excellent... »

My room was clean, smelled fresh, very comfortable, and pleasantly surprised about the seclusion of the room. I had wanted privacy and that's exactly what I received. The staff are among some the very best that I've encountered in a hotel setting. They seemed to really care about my privacy issue and accommodated appropriately. I appreciate that. Thank you!

    2
« Dingy room in chalet type accomodation »

We stayed for one night in a dingy type chalet accommodation facing the car park. It smelt damp and musty. We eat in the restaurant but staff more or less forced us to have the buffet, not a la carte, which was without a lot of choice. Overall not a good experience. Was pool and fridge however safe would not work,

    4
« Very clean and quiet »

We always stay here when we are in the CIty for a concert or a weekend trip. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. You get a hot breakfast included with your stay. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is great for us because we travel with two small dogs. The setting and landscaping is very pretty. We had a room on the interstate side but the noise wasn't even noticeable with the air conditioner running. We plan on staying here again in November.

    5
« pony up to a relaxing hotel »

this hotel has been a mainstay in the city for years; the entire area is undergoing a complete overhaul - however, it has already been accomplished at this hotel! it was very nice; the rooms are completely renovated; it has an outdoor pool that is tops, complete with a Jacuzzi area in an open room next to it. with towels. the hotel has great food! an incredible worthy breakfast. if you need a nice place to stay in okc, pony up to the saddleback inn - it will be more than worth it!

    5
« Clean, comfy, convenient to highway »

We enjoyed our stay as it had everything needed for tired travelers. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and varied. It is a conference center, a bit out of the way of city activity, but convenient to the major highway.

    5
« Great place great staff »

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. The room was very big with two very comfortable beds, microwave, fridge, safe, TV iron and board. It was very quiet and very clean, the pool looked nice but we didn't go in. We used the restaurant both nights, first night we had salmon it was delicious, the second night steak and chicken equally as good. With both choices we had salad bar and really good dinner rolls. The meals were served with a choice of potato and mixed vegetables, the only down side was the plates were too small, get some bigger plates. We used the bar both nights, the wine was ok but the marguerita were fantastic and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was included and it was very good, didn't have anything cooked but it looked lovely. The fruit, bread and pastries were fresh and really nice. All the staff were pleasant and helpful would really recommend it.

    « Super motel! »

We just stayed one night, and loved it. Clean, modern and comfy. The price was right and the people who worked there were very friendly. And plus was a free buffet breakfast. We would stay there again.

« Best Hotel with best Breakfast in OKC »

Excellent staff and great service. Nice food choices and nice bar! I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years now and I keep coming back for the valve and the breakfast. This hotel is very rodeo friendly and has great parking for rigs and horse trailers. In addition it is very close to Brick town, the stockyards and nice restaurants as well and the fairgrounds. Course i'm a real cowboy and while the "saddle" stools at the bar are a nice tourist novelty A real cowboy would not be caught dead sitting on one! Comfortable beds and good working WiFi. The hot-tub and sauna are also very well kept.

    « Family Reunion »

Hotel was clean and the restaurant was well stocked and well managed. Pool area was very family friendly. The breakfast was an excellent value and the food was good. Our visit for this stay was relaxing and the staff was attentive to all of our needs.

    « Rustic Setting »

Well first things first as a Best Westerns rewards member i try to stay at Best Western if at all possible. However this will be the first time here at the BW Plus Saddleback Inn. First thing you notice is the cleanliness when you arrive. Upon entering the lobby you are greeted by a front desk person who is courteous and offering help in anyway. The decor in the lobby and restaurant is very welcoming and has the rustic ranch look. Very nice. This particular stay is very surprising to me as for the very Affordable price and the things this hotel has for the guests. This Hotel has a Sauna , Hot tub that is inside in a room adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool. The Room was spacious and very clean. The room was equipped with fridge, microwave and 42" HDTV . The bathroom inside the room was very clean as well. Climate control was controlled via thermostat on the wall and worked great. The bed inside the room was comfortable and welcoming. On this stay i had my wife and 16 month old son and they had a pack and play upon request for my son to sleep in. Every employee i came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area. Check out time is 12 noon which is nice. This hotel also has a restaurant and a separate bar on site which is nice for the guest that enjoy that type of thing without having to travel to have a cold adult beverage. The breakfast buffet for the guest is wonderful . Eat as much as you want and several choices to satisfy your hunger. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers for the Value, cleanliness and decor. I give 4 out of 5 for this stay and would most definitely stay here again.

« Nice facility typical of BW »

This is a very large facility with outside room entrances. The location is easy off the I-40. As usual staff was very attentive and helpful. The included breakfast set up was fancier than most BW's we've been to. My husband enjoyed the outdoor pool and whirlpool and we really enjoyed the decor. The side of the building where our room was located was directly adjacent to the I-40 so there was a lot of road noise, but otherwise I appreciated the relatively remote and private 1st floor location because of having our dog with us. We were able to park right in front of our door which we really like to do.

    « Very Nice »

We got to the hotel and the staff was very nice. We were gone for most of the day and when we came back, our room still wasn't cool. So, we used the shuttle service, which was awesome by the way, to go to Bricktown. We had an amazing time and we came back with our friends and the room wasn't cooled down. So, we asked to move to a different room and there were no problems. They got us moved to a room above us so we wouldn't have to re-park our car. One of the girls even brought us a key. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great. So fun and relaxing. We ate at the restaurant as well and it was pretty good. The glasses for the drinks are kind of small but, it's free refills so it was fine. I really don't have any complaint whatsoever about this hotel.

    4
    « Nice pool »

The hotel was good. IT is a huge place. The pool and spa were nice. The room was nice, except the carpet did not go all the way to the wall. There was a 2 inch gap??? I figured it was because it is a pet friendly room, maybe they replaced the carpet in a hurry. The carpet tacks would be a danger for babies, though. Overall we were comfortable. And the room did not smell much for a pet room.

« Good hotel at good location »

Nice hotel with all woodern interiors from the start of reception to dining, corridor, rooms everything is full of wood works. Appreciate the interior works. Amazing thick Mattress which gave me tight sleep and rooms are clean and neat. Give a try when you are at Oklahome, you wont regret for staying here. Buffet breakfast have lot many varieties and good in taste too.

    « Convenient and Clean »

Everything here was great except the cold breakfast we ate. We arrived about 30-45 minutes before breakfast was over and everything that should have been warm was completely cold. The room was clean and quiet. There is a restaurant nearby or you can eat at the motel.

« Very nice hotel for price »

Super nice hotel for this price range. Great breakfast area that actually looks like a restaurant. Very convenient location off of I 40. Very spacious hotel and rooms are big and clean. Will be staying here for my second time in September.

« Very Nice place to stay!!! »

Very nice place to stay. The only negative thing would be one of the beds were broken down and had a little bit of a slump to it but it wasn't bad. The beds were a little harder than I prefer but that's not something that suits everyone. Staff were very helpful and overall stay was great!!!

    « Great Hotel »

We have always stayed at the Saddleback Inn when in Oklahoma City. I have never had a bad experience and the breakfast is always great. There was a slight delay in opening the fitness center which was scheduled to open at 0600 but was not opened until 0715ish. All staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay again!

« Nice, half way, restful Inn. »

My daughter booked, so our Retriever, and we would have a break on our Omaha to Houston jaunt. Very affordable. Clean. By the Interstate, yet quiet. Nice breakfast bar. Serviced professionally by the attendant. We even met a nice couple with a beautiful Golden. And this locale is set up to accommodate large functions, in so far as lodging is concerned.

    « Nice visit »

Nice hotel and they really were pet friendly. Many hotels claim they are pet friendly but are not really in practice. The room was clean and well decorated. They had a nice area for pets. They also had a nice breakfast.

« Clean rooms, good food »

This was an excellent example of a chain franchise done right. From the service at the front desk to the service in the restaurant I had no complaints. The food was reasonably priced but flavor did leave some room for improvement. The place was clean and safe, we would definitely stay there again!

« Decent place to stay »

A nice place to stay, convenient to the Interstate. The desk staff was pleasant and check-in was quick. Although the outside was a little old and worn in some places, our room was clean and modern, and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and there was no outside noise to speak of. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fine: the food was just okay as to quality and selection, but it was served in a dining room rather than the usual lobby. The servers were friendly and helpful. For travelers who run: I ran early on a Monday morning at the beginning of rush hour. The road fronting the hotel had sidewalks, but they were under construction in some places and ended quickly to the north. They continued for awhile south of I-40, but that entailed crossing the intersections at freeway on- and off-ramps. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

« top bang for the buck »

Very spacious King Suite. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Nice staff. No issues at all with our stay!! We overslept and missed breakfast, but with the pool open till 11 we got to bed a little later than expected too. Highly recommend!! I've stayed in a lot worse rooms for a lot more money so the rate here was very well worth it!!

« Saddleback We Will Be Back »

My husband and I were very impressed with the layout of the hotel. We normally do not stay in hotels where you can enter your room from the outside but the Saddleback had a classy appeal. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and pet friendly. Our fur babies loved the fake fire hydrant, the pool area was very inviting, and I liked the numerous benches to sit on around the hotel. Breakfast was free and each morning they will ask for your breakfast tickets. Coffee was hot and the biscuits and gravy were yummy. They also alternate the breakfast daily. What disappointed us was the bathtub! During the first shower the tub was backed up and there is nothing worse than showering in dirty water. When I called the front desk they sent someone down to take care of it. However, I find it hard to believe housekeeping did not notice the water backing up while they were cleaning the tub. At any rate, once they fixed it we had no problems afterward. The staff we interacted with were very friendly.

« Great Hotel, hard bed. »

The staff is great, breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel and it was buffet style. Shuttle will run you anywhere within 3 miles for free, which is awesome! Only real issue we had was the bed was extremely firm!

Amazing - it's the 4th Best Western hotel I have stayed this summer and they have all been amazing. Everything at the Saddleback Inn was wonderful - will be staying there again next year. The breakfast was over the top and the wait staff equally as good. Great beds, beautiful pool.

    « Quiet and Safe! »

Stayed here on my travels by myself to see my daughter. It was quiet and I felt safe since I was here alone. Also, had the truck loaded with some of the daughter's possessions and had no problems with it in the parking lot. This is a beautiful hotel and has a wonderful breakfast buffet. I received a great price booking on their sight online. I would stay here again. Close restaurants and if you don't want to get out for dinner just call room service!!

    « Nice! »

We stayed here for one night on a trip south. We arrived a bit early in the afternoon but getting a room early was not a problem which we really appreciated. I requested and was given a first floor room. The hotel is pet friendly and our room was very close to a place to walk them. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Our room was right next to the freeway however and there was noise from it. We were able to park the moving truck and trailer we were driving but there wasn't a specific area for large vehicles so that is something to keep in mind as well. We did enjoy the pool very much. Unfortunately for us we were there on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed so we were not able to try that. I would stay here again.

    5
« Great rate and a beautiful place »

We stayed on a Sunday night during a motorcycle road trip from Hot Springs, AR back home to Texas. It was hot. The rates at this beautiful hotel are amazing! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. It was a shame the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday's but the shuttle was free to take us just up the road to Buffalo Wild Wings and they are prompt to pick up when requested. Complimentary breakfast was filling. Full wait staff to fill drinks, and take special orders. We will definitely stay here again during other trips to the city. My only complaint (if it is one at all) is the elevator was closed for repairs and the staircases were not too convenient to our upstairs room, not that the elevator was very close either. No big deal, the walk did us good.

« Best Breakfast Buffet Ever »

We loved this place and will be back. The bed in our king suite was very comfortable. The kids liked the swimming pool. Very convenient to the interstate. The room was very quiet. The buffet was fresh and had everything you could want. Real scrambled eggs, crispy fresh bacon, buscuits, cereals, yogurts, potatoes, etc

    « Clean and Comfortable »

Just passing through on our way to Santa Fe New Mexico. Convenient and right off Highway 44 we found a welcome retreat at the Saddleback Inn. As we entered the lobby, we noticed the southwestern decor and were greeted by two friendly ladies at the front desk. From the moment we walked in we could smell that the lobby was clean. Everything looked very nice and presentable. Our room was equally as nice and clean. Later we tried out the restaurant The Arizona grill. My son got chicken quesadilla and refried beans and Spanish rice and I had the southwestern eggrolls. We also had some of their chips and salsa. We were pleasantly surprised with the food. Found it to be very good. We would definitely stay at the Saddleback Inn again if and when we are back in Oklahoma City.

    2
    « Needs updating »

Could use some updating and could be a lot cleaner. Towels were musty. Friends vehicle stolen from parking lot. Dirt and trash on the side of the bed near the wall. Its not the hotels fault for the truck being stolen but we just felt unsafe after that.

« You won't find a better hotel and amenities for the price. »

My recenr 5 day stay at the Best Western Saddleback in OKC was very pleasant and comfortable. It has been more than 20 years since I stayed at a hotel with outside entrances to the room but once I entered our suite I found it very clean with a modern decor. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Breakfast is included and the food was very good! All staff were pleasant and accommodating. You won't find a better hotel and amenities for the price.

« Family trip to Grand Canyon »

On way back home, stayed at Best Western Saddleback. Large hotel property with several building, plenty of parking. Stayed in room 1033 that faced the business park, so relatively quiet. Outside entry, and parking we could backup to the room door, so easy access. Very nice decoration, very clean and comfortable accommodations. Ice vending I did have to go to the third floor of the "tower" all the other locations did not have functioning vend, or the key would not let me in the vending room. Ironically the laundry facility is on the third floor as well. They are currently installing an elevator in the main building. Bar and restaurant on site, as well as several meeting rooms. Registration provides "tickets" for breakfast at check in. Breakfast is buffet style in the restaurant, standard fare eggs, sausage, gravy, pastries, but they had fresh fruit. melon was especially tasty. PLENTY of seating, and host was very attentive to clear plates. They had real plates and silverware, not the standard disposable. Well recommend the facility. Very nice accommodations, very nice breakfast, very nice staff.

« Nice Clean Place For a Long Weekend in OKC »

My new wife and I spent 3 nights at the Saddleback Inn for a short honeymoon over the Independence Day weekend 2016. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The price was really pretty good too considering that they had a full hot breakfast buffet included with your stay. We used the outdoor pool a couple of times and it was nice and cool even in early July. We used the pool one evening and it was really nice. It did start to get a little full with families and kids, but we have kids too and knew that there would be be a lot of families on vacation with kids that weekend, so it was expected. They also have an indoor hot tub that we used and it was nice, although a little small. In the hot tub room is also a dry sauna, but we did not use it ourselves. The breakfast area was a little loud and chaotic each day, especially Saturday and Sunday mornings. Each morning they had scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, etc. The first morning the eggs were a little cold (I think that they hadn't turned on the warmer under them), but other than that the food was good, although it was a bit of a madhouse at times. The room was good other than the fact that we had a handicap room and the shower let water run all over the bathroom floor under the curtain. The berm between the shower and the bathroom floor needed to be a little bit higher I believe. All in all a nice place to stay in Oklahoma City fairly close to everything.

« Nice overnight if it comes with a bargain price! »

If you go to an overnight motel search engine and this comes up with an enticing price - you're good to go! This motel's primary function is to host regional, OKC, business type conferences. But when there's no conferences in town apparently they start "moving" the rooms. The facilities are above average standard, plus there's a very inviting pool in the middle. Breakfast fare is above average. This is all about a potential overnight traveling stop as it hopefully comes with a price hard to beat. And it's right off I-40 on the west side of the city (an advantage if your heading away from inbound morning traffic.)

    « Comfortable Stay »

We were in OKC for a Dog Show. It was easy to get to the venue located in Downtown OKC. They had a nice grassy area to walk the dog. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was included with the room. I only used it twice during a 2 day stay. The buffet was better than most of the ones I have used. The staff were also nice and polite. Will stay there again if I go am in OKC again.

« One night stop over. »

This is our first stay at this hotel. We usually try to stay in Best Westerns because the beds are usually very comfortable for the price of the hotel. This one was no different as far as beds go. This hotel is huge! It is fills a 6 acre property. The pool is beautiful and right next to the breakfast area. The night clerk was about the only person on the hotel staff that we interacted with. We booked the room through the rewards center about 8pm as we were driving on the highway. The clerk was very efficient in checking us in and explaining everything to us when we checked in about 130 am. He apologized for upgrading us to a king suite when we booked a double queen room. He gave it to us for the same price and thought that was a bonus. Although he was very pleasant to deal with, I was not happy with the unavailability of the room we booked. He explained that someone had stayed over and therefore there were no double queen rooms left. I have a hard time understanding that since we did not even book the room until way past checkout!. We were traveling with our 13 year old grandson, and a queen bed is much more comfortable for him than the fold out sofa bed that is in the suites. It was too late, and we were all too tired to argue about it, so we just checked in and stayed. He also was emphasizing that we should not miss breakfast because it was a wonderful buffet instead of the usual hotel breakfast. We made it a point to get up early enough to go to breakfast. It was not as wonderful as he made it out to be. The items on the buffet were the same as what Best Western hotels usually offer, minus the waffles. The eggs out of a carton were fixed more like huevos rancheros and there were hash browns and fresh fruit. The dishes were actually dinner ware instead of the usual Styrofoam and there were uniformed servers pouring coffee and water for the guests. All this did not change the flavor of the eggs or the standard sausage links any. I cannot say the food was any more special than usual, just a lot more fanfare to make it look more fancy. I think I would rather have paid less for the room and served my own food on the Styrofoam dinnerware. I would probably stay here again if in the area. The room was clean, showers were good and the king bed in the room was quite comfortable. We did not have time to stay longer and check out the other amenities available at this hotel as this was just the last stop on our way home from a month long road trip to the east coast from Albuquerque, NM, and we had only one more day to get home. The hotel was easy access from I 40 and easy to find. Plenty of eating establishments around the property as well.

    « Value + Great Pool & Breakfast »

Not expensive and easy to locate in the western edge of OKC. Plenty of eating options on Meridian, the main north/south street nearby. Comfortable bed in a large room with a split bathroom setup. Tub and toilet behind the door, sink on large counter is separate. Outstanding pool and facility in center of 2-story buildings all around. Plenty of free parking. And the daily free breakfast was a very good buffet with real scrambled eggs and lots of other choices. All staff people (especially those in dining area!) were friendly and helpful.

« Some good and some not so good »

Husband, teenage daughter and myself stayed here last night .. just passing through and it seemed to get good reviews when I checked online so we decided to stay. The good: room was clean but the bathroom needed some updating.. The lady at check in was really nice and helpful. Also the location of the hotel was right off of the highway and central to restaurants in the area. Ok the not so good: the pool was nice but the railing was broke and the hot tub was out of order and to make matters worse the pool was full of a large group of people that were busy getting intoxicated which made my husband and daughter not swim for very long. Also the free breakfast was not real tasteful .. I think the eggs were made from powder and the sausage was so so spicy .. I took one bite and couldn't finish it. Oh and in the morning , it was really quite annoying to try and pack our car while having the 2 pool boys blatantly staring at my 14 year daughter .. I don't think the pool ever got cleaned.. Smh Of you can get past all of this then I would say it's a fine place to stay .. With the exception of the girl at the front desk .. This place wasn't real hospitable.

Was traveling through Oklahoma on our way to the grand canyon via motorcycle and it was hot...hot...hot, I started calling hotels around and this one was the closest, the gentleman on the ph gave me a price and I didn't care, just wanted to get off the road, all I can say is this hotel was awesome, clean, staff was friendly, they have a full restaurant for supper and breakfast was buffet style, they also have a nice pool, this is in the top five hotels that I've stayed in and would definitely stay again.

    « No complaints. »

Clean, comfy, friendly staff, decent (Free) breakfast. This is a pretty large hotel but the rooms are "motel" style. This gave you easy access to/from your car, but I was on the first floor very near the main building and could hear every word of conversations from people walking by outside. The rooms were large enough to have floor space to exercise and everything was very clean. I appreciated the microwave, fridge, and ample hangers for my work clothes. They had a (small) exercise room and offered a free hot breakfast with very nice staff that made sure my coffee cup stayed filled.

Stopped in OKC on our way home from vacation. This place is right off I40 and easy to find. We didn't see a problem with the immediate area. Pool was large and nice and the granddaughter enjoyed it. The room was clean and AC worked good. We had a free breakfast buffet although they charge for some drinks such as hot cocoa. On checking out, the clerk mentioned that they offer coupons for the nearby water park so you might ask if there are coupons for other attractions.

    « Weekend getaway »

Room was clean. We called ahead to advise it would be a late check in and they understood and advised it would not be a problem. Once we arrived, the front desk manager was extremely nice and accommodating. Only one real issue which involved the room location. When I made online reservation I specified we needed ground floor room or near the elevator as spouse uses a walker (didn't need a full handicapped room but this makes it easier for him to access room without a significant walk). At check in the assigned room didn't incorporate that request. Unfortunately, due to our late arrival and bringing that request to their attention, the rooms meeting that criteria were occupied. The desk clerk searched to find a room that would minimize the walk, which was appreciated. All in all a pleasant stay.

Traveling west on vacation, we stayed one night in Oklahoma City at Saddleback Inn. Spacious sleeping area and bathroom were greatly appreciated. Really liked the openness and layout of the bathroom with plenty of vanity area around the sink. Landscaping outside the room was relaxing and enjoyable. « Wonderful Property/Horrendous Internet »

A wonderful large property w/ wonderful rooms and a housekeeping staff second to none. Everyone is so very helpful and the breakfast was very nice, BUT, I stayed here for three days on business and without a doubt the absolutely WORST INTERNET in the US. The saddest part is that previous reviews have complained about the internet service and they have done nothing to improve it. I don't understand how you tout a property as conference center w/such horrible internet. But, other than that its is a marvelous property w/marvelous employees!

    « Nice enough place »

I liked the motel style to this place. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pool looked well maintained, although we didn't swim. Breakfast was really crowded, but staff did a nice job of keeping things full. Food choices were okay as far as free breakfasts go; appreciated that they offered fresh fruit. It was pretty humid during our stay, so there was a musty odor to the room; other than that, and the unwanted evangelical 'don't go to hell' card left on our car, this was a nice place to stay considering the affordable rate.

Asked for and was told that I would have a pool side room (traveling alone and did not want an outside room at the alley) and return airport transportation and told them my flight was at 7:24 a.m. When I got there I had an outside room and transportation did not start till 7:00 a.m (could not make my flight). Had to keep the rental car to get to the airport. People in the cafe were awsome.

We stayed on the first floor and the rooms are direct outside access. Had I have paid attention to the area this hotel is located, I would have chosen a different Best Western for my leisure stay. The property is located in a panhandler and homeless area due to high traffic. Someone tried to gain access to our room while we were in it. Luckily, the door was locked. Don't stay on the first floor. Request room higher up. Otherwise, good hotel and fantastic breakfast.

« Clean hotel, dirty swimming area. »

This hotel is quite nice. Seemed to be full of golfers so I guess a preferred spot for them. Breakfast was bland and basic but available. Room was great, we had a suite with a balcony so was roomy and clean. Pool was disappointing because it was dirty and the Jacuzzi/spa was very dirty. This let the hotel down. I went down to have a swim before breakfast and couldn't bring myself to get in. This level of cleanliness needs looking into as the rest of the place was very clean.

« Our best stay during our cross country road trip. »

Reading some of the reviews of past customers I was just a little bit leary of staying here. Some said thing like it was old, or the rooms smelled. or fixtures in the room did not work. That is not at all what we found. From the hotel staff, to the room, and the morning breakfast buffet our stay was fantastic. We were traveling from North Carolina to the San Francisco bay area and out of our entire trip this Inn was our best night stay.

« For first impressions of OKC, did not represent well »

Work on delivering better service and accommodations up-front - or at least quickly rectifying any reported problem. The staff were not able to rectify a couple problems I had. First, I was unable to access the wifi in my room. The staff first didn't know what signal I should use, then suggested I didn't know how to use wifi, then later admitted the switch covering my portion of the hotel was broken. Although offered a different room that "might" have better reception, I had already settled-in to my room by the time and was told it should be fixed soon enough- I didn't have room access for the entire week. Then, the swing-lock on my room door got jammed after I exited, causing me to be locked-out. When alerted of this issue, the staff asked me to wait until a back-up person came, then could not open the door (I had to figure out how to jimmy the door for them). This all caused me to be late to my meeting. Other issues: large trucks blocked-off parking spots and other areas around the hotel and were fairly loud during my stay. Room service was unimpressive- maid overlooked that my shampoo and soap had run out by mid-week. Fitness room was tiny. The property layout is very spread-out. My room was about as far as you could get from the fitness room, the small coin laundry and the ice/vending areas. Breakfast buffet had variety, but low quality of food. Staff struggled to keep-up with the breakfast traffic. One man at the reservations desk was courteous and offered tourism suggestions, courtesy shuttle and rewards program, but after that it was all downhill (as in not good).

« Our outside room just like staying in a car park »

We stayed here for one night and that was enough. It was well outside the city although a shuttle bus costing $5 was available to take people into town. The hotel is a motel style establishment with 3 double story blocks around the pool. The 4th side contains the reception, bar and restaurant areas. The accommodation blocks had back to back rooms with the inner room facing a pleasant pool area while the outer room was on the street. Our room was 1035 and, you've guessed, it faced the street. The hotel did not have its own fenced grounds so parked trucks and people wandering past your room door were commonplace. The hotel boasted free wi-fi but our room was so remote from reception that it didn't work. There was an internet point in the lobby. The room itself was big and had 2 x double beds, a small table & 2 chairs, a desk & chair, safe, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, A/C, and an iron & ironing board. It was rather dark and its location meant keeping the net curtain drawn which didn't help. The bathroom was small with an OTB shower and a hairdryer. The wash basin was actually outside the bathroom against the back wall. There were several eating places fairly close by and a small supermarket in a nearby petrol station. The hotel had a restaurant which a number of our group tried in the evening to take advantage of a discounted fish & chip meal offer. They said the food was fine but were very unhappy to see a 20% COMPULSORY service charge slapped on their bill. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast. This consisted of spicy sausage, scrambled egg, shredded potato & onion as well as fruit juices, cereal, pastries & yogurt etc. The hot food was very tasty, well presented and was the best we had on the whole tour. I have no doubt that had we been accommodated facing the pool that my review would have been more favourable but I can only comment as I find. Along with a number of others in our group I didn't like being located on the outer fringes of the hotel

« Stop over in Oklahoma City »

On our cross country trip we decided to make a 2-night stop in Oklahoma City. We required a pet friendly hotel. We arrived late in the evening and the staff was very helpful getting us checked in and off to a nice restaurant. Really appreciated the shuttle there and back since we don't know the city. I was very impressed that the front desk made sure the security guard escorted me to my room late a night since my husband had gone back to the room earlier before me. All staff including the breakfast staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was basic but clean. The only critique I can offer is that the breeze ways had gathered some dirt and leaves and the door mats could have been cleaner.

    2
« One night stay enroute to family »

The hotel needs some refreshing. Room smelled musty and sheets were worn. Our first room had a plumbing problem and the staff was quick to move us to another room. Seemed like breakfast had been downgraded from what we remembered getting last year.

    4
« Affordable, Pet Friendly with a very good breakfast »

Stayed for 3 days. Pet Friendly and the breakfast is very good. Our room was in the back with I-40 traffic. Really just needed a place to crash at night so with the AC on and the curtains drawn the traffic noise was not an issue. Many times pet friendly hotels use air freshener in excess but I did not notice anything here. Our room was spacious (we just moved twin boys out of the OU dorms so there was a lot of stuff in the room). The toilet did not flush well and I had to use a plunger on it twice.

    « Excellent Value For the $$ »

Stayed at this hotel while on business recently. Flew in late at night to OKC and wanted something close to the airport since I had never been here before. This hotel was close, easy to find and cheaper than lower rated hotels in the same area. I had read some comments about rooms being outdated. Mine was fine, newer TV, decor etc. In room internet worked great, room was nice and big, clean and bed was very comfortable. The best part was their breakfast. I have stayed at many BW hotels across the country and the breakfast here had more choices and was the best one I have ever had at a BW hotel! Would definitely stay here again..

    3
    « Route66 »

Big room and bed only thing was the room smelt of cigarette smoke even though it had a non smoking sign. Called reception and when we went out to eat they came and freshened it up. Not told breakfast times and no info folder in room and do missed brekky by 10 mins

« Several issues, all resolved with super speed. »

Great hotel that had a difficult start for us. Wifi issue, curtain valence falling and fridge not working. No problem, all solved in minutes and managed by the ubiquitous Patrick Powell, the manager. Immaculately clean, superb outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi and sauna, hotel bar and separate restaurant, courtesy bus, great staff, great lineup, definitely a place to return to

    4
    « Well worth it. »

Although I can't say much for the neighborhood, this is a comfortable and quiet hotel, great staff, very helpful, food at restaurant was so-so, beds comfy, pool is very nice. Good location for airport in and out. The entire place could use some updates but overall I will stay there again.

    5
    « Clean and convenient. »

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and renovated. Nice staff who went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Breakfast was convenient and timely. Location off of I-40 so we did not have to get out of our way to continue our trip.

    « Lets win State »

We stayed here last year when our school played at state and was satisfied - so we stayed again this year. We are still very satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The reservation department - not so much!!!

    5
« Excellent place to stay »

This is a great place to stay, convenient access to highways, lots of eating establishments close by. It is also close to the fairgrounds and the water park. The grounds and interior are immaculate. The buffet breakfast is awesome.

« Best Western - Saddle Back Inn and Conference Center »

I stay at this property almost every week. I am constantly amazed by the quality and professionalism of the staff. The experience is as good, or better, as properties costing twice as much. Their location is ideal. It is close to the Airport and provide their own shuttle. They also provide easy access to downtown OKC and its many attractions.

    5
    « Wonderful »

This is a great hotel for price very nice and friendly. The staff was great. The pool was so clean and pretty with lights at night. They had bathrooms everywhere and also ice machines located in many locations.

    5
« Great stay for the value »

Room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, bathroom was updated. Breakfast buffet was excellent (and free). Pool and common areas were updated and clean. Slightly noisy due to exterior door and highway nearby.

    4
« Great stay for the value »

Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was nice and bathroom was updated. Breakfast buffet was excellent (and free). Pool and common areas were clean and updated. Slightly noisy due to exterior doors and highway near by, got loud in the morning when large groups were going to/from breakfast.

    4
    « Comfortable Hotel »

We've stayed at the Saddleback Inn several times and have always enjoyed our stay. They've got a great complementary breakfast buffet with comfortable rooms and nice grounds. Their location is an easy drive from downtown and it is off the freeway far enough to be fairly quiet.

    5
    « Saddleback great value »

Saddleback motel is an excellent place to stay for the money. Clean, easy access to rooms and all the basics covered. Continental breakfast excellent. Shower had good pressure and stable. Bed was comfortable. There was a little highway noise as the motel is close to I 40

    5
    « Very friendly staff »

The service was exceptional, we were provided with a crib for my 2 year old grandson, the rooms were very clean , up to date , with a nice clean smell. Absolutely Wonderful service! I cant say enough about how friendly everyone we met were. We were going to skip breakfast and get back on the road, but after seeing the breakfast bar , we decided to stay. wonderful breakfast bar, very fresh fruits, bacon, scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy . The waitress was so friendly and helpful, really enjoyed our stay here. Would stay here again.

    5
    « great brekfast »

We have stayed at the Saddleback foe ten years now. We have noticed this trip there was improvement in the grounds and looked very nice. The breakfast is a full restaurant buffet and has always been one reason to stay there. We use the doctor visit rate and feel it is a great value.

    « Saddleback Best Western »

Clean, comfortable room, bed was comfortable and linens clean. Easy access to freeway, lots of eating places in the area if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Friendly staff, have been there many times, and would go again and recommend to others as well.

    2
    « Disappointed »

The room was in a noisy area of town and the room had an old cheap motel smell and the kicker was the Internet did not work. When traveling, it would be great to check up on email and download trip pictures but that was not going to happen here. The rooms all have outside entrances which I do not care for. The breakfast was a buffet in the motel restaurant. It was okay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

    5
    « Great Stay »

BEST Best Western I have ever stayed at and I almost always stay at these hotels. Great staff and grounds were perfect. Very accommodating of us being on a motorcycle and very friendly. This is an A1 property.

    5
    « Very good »

An excellent place to stay. Clean, great western décor, capable and friendly staff providing above average service. Hands-on management - present and helpful. Two-story structure, with only one elevator remotely located. Another elevator planned for completion in next three months.

    4
    « Convenient location »

This is an older motel property. It is two story and at the present there is only one elevator which is not convenient to the parking lot. They are apparently putting in another elevator. The rooms have been renovated but the bathrooms are still very small. The rooms are a good size. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. There is a pool which is not heated. It would be nice in the summer. There is a full breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful at check in. It is convenient to Interstate 40.

    4
    « Nice Place »

Very nice hotel. For some reason housekeeping did not exchange our towels even though we left them on the floor. Overall though the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. I'm looking forward to going back next month for my friends wedding.

    5
« Made work feel like a vacation »

One of the best for the money. The front desk was helpful about finding the right room for me. The room was big, comfortable, clean, nice layout, and a restful sleeping bed. Morning wake up to a nice dining area with a great tasting breakfast and excellent service. Who could ask for more. THANKS.

    4
    « A good plce to stay »

Nice night of leisure on a long trip. The service staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The grounds were well kept and the pool was a pleasure after a long day of driving. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet and afforded a good nights sleep. I have stayed several times in the past and was never dissatisfied with my stay or any of the staff.

    5
    « everythong you need »

lobby and r0oms were very nicely kept , it was great that they offered a lounge and food service so after a long day of traveling there was no need to find a place to east for dinner or breakfast , breakfast was much better than other hotels that offer a so called breaskgfast

    2
« Outside door not my favorite »

This hotel adequate for our stay. I didn't like that our door was to the outside. I prefer to have inside room, but we had booked this online and I guess had not done the research need to know about the outside doors. Our particular room was older, but seemed clean enough, just didn't look as new as the photos online. The free breakfast was very good and was in their restaurant. I can't say I would stay here again, although as I have stated it was all we needed for a good night's rest and a good free breakfast. There was wifi only in public area.

« Inviting Reception Area and Staff »

We were impressed when we stopped by here last December on our way to Arizona, so this spring, on our way back east, we made special plans to stop at this inn again. It is clean, well appointed and a fine staff ready to help in every way.

    4
    « Clean & quiet hotel »

Everything during our stay was pleasant except for the check-in staff and the absence of any complimentary breakfast or coffee. We had stayed at 3 different hotels that week during our travels, and this was the most expensive while providing the least guest services. Nice, clean hotel in a quiet area, convenient to the highway, adequate small pool & jacuzzi, nice fire pit area for relaxing.

    3
« Our stay at Best Western PLUS Saddleback, OKC »

The hotel overall was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good. The waitress was hard to find and there was no one to be found in the bar/lounge. The bathtub and the bathroom sink never drained.

    5
« Best Western PLUS Saddleback Inn & Conference Center, Oklahoma City, OK »

Everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful. The made sure I knew if there were any additional charges for anything and explained all benefits that the hotel offered. I very much enjoyed my stay at this Best Western PLUS Saddleback Inn & Conference Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

    4
    « Excellent service »

We really appreciated the excellent service and amenities. The hotel was clean, up to date, and the staff was professional and helpful. We made a mistake when booking, which was our fault, but the staff bent over backwards to correct it anyway. We appreciated their courteous service the entire stay.

    5
« Great Place to stay »

The service at the front desk was awesome from the check in, to the re-key and check out they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great, looked and tasted great and was hot, and free. The hotel room was clean, no foul odors, clean bathroom, shower, towels, and the beds were very comfortable as well. Great experience overall, I will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as well.

    2
« Nothing to be excited about »

Was like going back in time to the early 1960's! Only GOOD I can say is the bed was comfortable. Room was very dated, no inside access to front desk or restaurant. Outside noise was excessive, especially airport traffic. Lastly breakfast was HORRIBLE!! Cold coffee, selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and biscuits, all nice and cold!! Sadly, to me, this was a waste of money. Would never go back again.

    3
« Average - Price high for the area »

The staff were all exceptionally friendly. Rooms were average. Very clean but nothing spectacular. Several cable channels were offline. Shower nozzle was not properly secured to the wall. The heat/air never caught up. But the rooms do have a safe, fridge, and microwave. The rooms are not the most secure set up especially for the area. The lobby locks the doors at 11 pm but all rooms are accessed outside and the staircases are also outside and very hidden. Didn't have any issues, just didn't feel safe. It was nice to have meeting rooms on the property (for additional fees) so we could meet and stay all in one place. There is also a restaurant and a bar onsite which were very good and friendly. Breakfast bar is included in the room rates.

    4
    « Great breakfast »

We enjoyed our stay here with the exception of the wifi, which never worked on my devices. The breakfast was very good on both days we were there. The location was good as we were there for the NCAA Basketball Tournament and we were within 6 miles of the event. Our team did not win, but we stayed the extra day to take in some sights in Oklahoma City.

    2
« Just Doesn't Live Up To The Reviews »

We chose this motel in large part due to the reviews, particularly having a restaurant in the hotel and a "great" breakfast. Having that all there would be a worthwhile convenience. Turns out the restaurant is very limited and the breakfast was far from "great". We had dinner there and all dishes ordered but the Ceasar salads were below average, with the salads just average. The breakfast was lesser in variety and quality than that at an "average" Quality Inn. I cannot remember the last time I went to a restaurant where the juices, as well as the coffee, were watered down. This is an older set of buildings. Although they have made some upgrades, it is still older. The rooms are clean, in good good shape, and good sized, but with tiny bathrooms and are not well sound proofed. The walls are quite thin. We had a restless night's sleep. On the upside, the staff tried hard and were really good.

  • 3
    « Nice, But Dated »

This is an older property that has been refurbished. It is very clean and the bed was comfortable, but our room on the first floor had a lot of foot traffic passing by (with lots of rolling luggage) and a lot of kids running around and yelling. I guess that's what we should expect when traveling during Spring Break! The breakfast was typical, served in a cute, southwestern themed dining room. We probably would spend a little more and stay in a little nicer hotel the next time we are in the area. It was also in a kind of industrial neighborhood.

    5
« I Would Definitely Stay Here Again! »

We arrived at the same time as many other guests. The lobby was packed. The four or five staff behind the counter were very attentive and polite and we got our room in no time. The room was clean and looked like it had recently been renovated. When we needed to get another key the next day because ours was no longer working, one of the staff members followed us back to our room to make sure it worked. Everyone was polite and helpful.

    4
    « Not quite »

The facilities were nice, but we were given a handicap room when we didn't order that. Close to I 40, so be prepared for some noise early in the morning. It was a little hard to find in the dark. The food was good and there are several restaurants need by.

    4
« Nice place to stay »

The staff was great, the A/C did not work in room, but stayed on first floor and could open the door and let cool air in room. The ice machine did not work but the staff went and got me ice from the kitchen.

    3
    « Not so quiet on I 40 »

The facilities were more than adequate. There is a restaurant, outdoor (unheated) pool, a nice indoor hot tub and sauna, and easy access to I 40. From our room we could not see the highway but the road noise was apparent. Turning on the fan for the AC created enough white noise to blunt the highway signs. All rooms have entrances facing the parking lot which also added to the noise. This is a pet friendly hotel.

    5
« Very Comfortable Place to stay »

This hotel in particular was very accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great location, great staff. Definitely looking forward to staying again.

    5
    « best hotel »

Best hotel you can go to. Clean, comfortable beds, and good food. We will always stay at The Best western Saddleback Inn when we go to Oklahoma City. You receive more for your money here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very very clean

    3
    « Quiet on I 40 »

Nice outdoor pool indoor hot tub nice pool chairs. Restaurant and bar had limited menu items, but OK. Wall heating control did not work and room cold overnight.. Bill adjusted. Quick on and off of I 40.

    « Long weekend »

First time staying in OKC,went to go to Bass Pro and Cabela's and to check out some places in Oklahoma. We also went to a 60th birthday dinner while in Oklahoma for my brother-in-law and saw some places were my wife went to college.

    5
    « Great Hotel Visit »

The hotel was great, all of the staff was very helpful and friendly. We ate at the Arizona Grill and the food was great, the breakfast buffet was great as well. Definitely will be staying here anytime I'm in OKC.

    « Great breakfast. »

The motel breakfast is amazing. The staff is friendly and competent. The place is obviously old, but it is extremely well-maintained. It could, however, use new mattresses. It is close to I-40, I-44, downtown, the state fairgrounds, the airport, shopping, and restaurants.

    4
« Need to stay in room away from hwy & parking lot »

Nice hotel. Next time I stay I will request a room facing away from the hwy and parking lot do to noise. Very close to the OK State Fair Grounds. Has a real breakfast cooked fresh, i.e., eggs, bacon, hash browns, fresh fruit, biscuits. Other breakfast items are available too.

    5
    « Nice Hotel »

I like this hotel for the location, comfortable hotel room and good breakfast and have stayed at this location for all of my travel to OKC. The hotel does show its age from the outside but do not let that scare you away. The rooms are comfortable and the inside of the rooms, lobby and restaurant have been updated. Even though the hotel is located right off I-40 I have never heard highway noise in the room. My company has the same guaranteed rate at most hotels in OKC and my choice is this one.

    4
    « Awesome Breakfast »

Stayed here for one night and found this to be a wonderful BW. Room was very comfortable, but did have issue while taking a shower. The water backed up in the tub and took awhile to drain once I was finished. Was pleasantly surprised when we went down to breakfast and found such a nice area with great food and service. I wish all BW's were like this for breakfast.

    4
    « Overnight Get Away »

We have stayed here before and like it! Staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean. It is an older hotel but well maintained. They offer a free breakfast buffet that is good. HOWEVER be warned...breakfast is served until 10 BUT they close the buffet down at 930 and after that you must order off the menu and pay for it. We weren't told this and arrived at 915 and were told that they shut down at 930 but would still serve us since it was only 915...all that was left was gravy. They offered to make us some eggs but that was it. Eggs and gravy are not my idea of breakfast so we declined. The breakfast debacle won't prevent us from staying again but should have been mentioned upon check in.

    5
« great place to stay »

We have stayed here several times and have been very satisfied each time. Nice to find a great place to stay when you travel. Great food from restaurant and very clean rooms. The staff was friendly and very heplful

    4
    « BEAUTIFUL BUT DISAPPOINTING »

Our room was located in the back near interstate traffic. It was very noisy and hard to sleep without other distractions on in room, at night. We were on the 2nd floor. Managing up a flight of stairs with luggage, 3 year old and a dog was very difficult. Need to specify ground floor when reserving. Motel is beautiful, service was great and breakfast was good.

    5
    « Great Breakfast! »

Easy to find right off I-40. Great location and great breakfast buffet. It is also close to Nic's Grill (OKC's #1 rated restaurant), and many other highly rated restaurants off OKC. Clean room, but bed is a bit firm.

    4
    « Cold winter stay »

Having stayed at this location several times, this room was as requested and nice. Bed very good and would stay again. Got up late and still had a few breakfast items out, but their breakfast used to offer more fresh fruit which I miss. They could be a little more competitive with their rate would be my main complaint, as many hotels in that part of town.

    5
« Very pleasant surprise after a long day driving »

Jeff checked me in and provided very good detail about the property, breakfast, and restaurants in the area. Excellent breakfast buffet included in room price. Dog friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The property and facility are large and very well maintained. Housekeeping and maintenance were very responsive. The entrance, grand room, bar, and restaurant were really nicely decorated. The bartender provided very speedy service for my dinner order to take to my room. There's room service if you want it.

    « Shelter from Goliath »

By now you know that winter storms like hurricanes come with names and Goliath will be one to remember for it had it all; high winds, blizzard conditions, wet snow, freezing rain and of course ice. I was en-route to San Diego, CA. just before Christmas Eve and felt the effects from Tulsa to Oklahoma City. I holed up here (staying 2 nights) when it dawned on me that I had stayed here before. My room had an entrance off the court yard and had all of the amenities of any BW Plus motel. When the morning cook had to rush his wife to the hospital to deliver a new born, the manager stepped in and cooked for everyone, which was pretty good. To add to the level of service the manager even extended the check out time for any guest who needed extra time that Monday after Christmas. This motel has made my list for sure. I hope you'll agree,

    5
« Very nice hotel accommodations »

We stayed at the Best Western on our way west. The hotel is conveniently located to the interstate. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was modern and understated. The bathroom was clean and in good working order. Since I teach online, internet connections are important; the internet connection was very fast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    4
« Like An Old Friend »

Even though the place is a little dated it is kept well maintained and clean. I've stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed. They deliver an above average free breakfast in the morning served in the restaurant. As stated there is a restaurant with room service and a small bar to unwind in after work. The decor of the lobby is done in a Southwestern style and makes you feel like you're out west. The only downsides are it's location which is tucked in an industrial park just off of I-40 and exterior entrances to the rooms. There are numerous dining options offered on Meridian Rd. which goes to the airport. I wished the airport shuttle operated earlier. It doesn't start until 7 a.m. making it useless for anyone flying early.

    2
    « Ehhh... »

This place is ok. Nothing fancy. Old decor, bedding, furniture. Had maintenance come in to fix some bathroom issues within 10 mins. Then a housekeeper walked in on us not knowing the room had been rented. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff could be more friendly and maybe I would have given a better rating.

    4
« Nice place to stay »

I like to stay at this hotel when IN OKC due to the location from the training facility. It is an above average hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. They offer a complimentary full breakfast for guests. The hotel is older and does show its age on the outside but the rooms and amenities are modern and comfortable.

    « Comfortable. »

Traveling from New York to San Francisco we had a one night stop in Oklahoma City. We were looking for a clean bathroom and a huge bed only and we found I nice place with everything you need for a long stay. Restaurant and a bar, swimmin pool and hot tub, sauna and a business centre.

    4
« I would come back and stay here again, no worries »

Could not fault the quality of Friendly service over-all The restaurant staff were wonderful, food was fresh & well presented The Bar staff knew their jobs & were friendly.. Only thing I would say was not up to scratch..The windows around the Breakfast Dining Area need to be washed.

    3
« Ok, not great motel »

Nice people but old decor and mediocre food make this a low cost option for rooms and meetings. Breakfast buffet has hot food but it may be sitting there for quite a while. Very poor workout room. Commercial women roaming the back parking lot gives an insecure vibe.

    4
    « Pleasant surprise right off I40 »

While traveling from Chicago to California we had to deal with an ice storm traveling along I40 around Oklahoma City. I always choose Best Western hotels becuase of their consistent quality, cleanliness and friendly service. What a pleasant surprise when arriving at this particular hotel as we discovered a tasetful western themed hotel with restaurant and bar on premise. We hunkered down during the bad weather and enjoyed pleasant company in the bar and a good night's rest in a comfortable room. Highly recommend.

« Enjoyed my stay as always »

I was in OKC for the Quarter Horse World Show, having once again made the journey from Australia. I was there for over 2 weeks. As always I had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable as always and although this time it faced the freeway the noise was not a huge issue. For others perhaps bring some earplugs just in case. Free wi-fi handy and worked well. Printers available in lobby if required. The service was fantastic as always. Thank you to all the shuttle drivers who took me on countless trips to the fairgrounds, downtown and to the outlet mall. The staff at the front desk were professional and helpful as were the waitressing staff during breakfast (Candice) and evening meal service. Thanks to Lori for allowing me to store some luggage when I left to do a side trip over Thanksgiving. When I returned I stayed a couple of nights in room 1014 - avoid this one. Despite the sign on the door patrons from the bar will still congregate to smoke and talk loudly outside the room at night. A deal breaker for me. Having a massive ashtray available out there encourages it so the sign is pointless. Fortunatley the ice freeze and rain discouraged them from staying long and allowing smoke to enter room, for which I would have been charged for even though I am a non smoker. This was the only negative and will avoid that room in future (still comfortable and clean for those smokers that value the convenience of the giant ash tray nearby) I have posted detailed comments in other posts so as always I will simply say, its great value and I can't wait to return.

This Best Western Plus Saddleback Inn & Conference Center is our choice hotel to stay at in Oklahoma City. They are very friendly and helpful. We love our 2 room suite. The breakfast is awesome. We enjoyed our dinner and waitress in their restaurant. We love this hotel.

« Surprise location turned out fine »

This Best Western is located in a mixed industrial and business neighborhood and made us wonder if it would be noisy or hard to access. Quite the opposite. It was quiet and near many eateries. It appears to attract many repeat guests who love the friendly environment. Rooms are traditional with exits to the outside. Staff are very helpful. The shuttle driver happily picked me up from the airport at midnite and the clerk welcomed me enthusiastically. even though I was late arriving. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet, but it was no easy task for staff to keep it replenished. It also is a good location for a conference.

We were extremely impressed with our overall stay. I was dissapointed when we arrived on Fri. 11-13. We went to the bar to order some food for dinner. Apparently the cook left early and they had no one available to cook. The bartender however gave us a bunch of chips and salsa free of charge. The free breakfast was enjoyable. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly. The front desk was very accommodating, we requested a king bed and they were full. They provided us with a king suite and the same price. Next time i am in OKC, I will be staying here again.

« Great experience and would definitely stay here again! »

Nice hotel and great staff! The location of the hotel is a mixed industrial and business center. Our room was at the front of the hotel and the room was still quiet. Our room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast is a nice buffet. The bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Having stayed at this property before, felt like the room was fine, but had to move after first room smelled like it had been smoked in. Since our room on third floor, stairs were the way to get there as elevator not in a good location. The rate was higher than normal and discoverd other newer properties had better rates. So was disappointed with some details about this stay. Also the TV didn't appear to be high def and first 2 rooms we tried it was very fuzzy. Will consider staying there in the future and hope they update some details.

« Busy interstate and industrial location detract from quality motel »

I selected this location because the price was quite a bit lower than the other Best Western Motels in the Oklahoma City area. I did not know that it was tucked into an industrial park area. My room on the southeast side of the motel had considerable traffic noise, and I probably would not have slept well if I didn't always travel with a white noise generator. The décor was nicely understated, and the room was very large and had a expansive sink area outside of the shower/tub room. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a Best Western, with many healthy and hearty options. Unlike many locations, there was a server who refilled coffee, provided ice water upon request, and checked that I was satisfied with the meal. Breakfast is served in the restaurant which is very close to the main lobby. The $5 round trip shuttle was a real bonus, given I was going to be touring several sites downtown, It seemed an excellent value. There are several close by dining options, ranging from a Denny's to Trapper's Fish Camp and Grill. When you arrive off the interstate, do not turn into the Days Inn parking lot, the Best Western is only accessible from the first side street after you pass Day's Inn.

Great breakfast. Good fitness center. Nice people. Convenient location. Do I relly have to write 200 words about this hotel? It's a nice hotel. We've stayed here before and we will likely stay here again.

    « homecoming weekend »

We stayed in OKC because there were no rooms available in Stillwater. We commuted to OSU for the festivities. After the unfortunate events at the parade my daughter wanted to stay with us. The hotel staff was very accommadating with a roolaway bed. The only glitch was at check out when my bill had different rates than were quoted in my confirmation. All was corrected but it made the airport exercise a bit compacted. good stay .Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was excellant.

    « Excellent staff. »

We stayed at this location two nights. The room was very nice. We had breakfast each morning in the dinning room and it was more than you could expect. Coffee was great. The location to things were wanted to visit was sufficient. The room was quiet even though the interstate was not far away. They provided free shuttle service which was wonderful as it had rained and we were traveling on a motorcycle. They also have a restaurant and bar on site which is a plus. We really had fun as they invited us to join in some sponsored activities on their property. The staff was very wonderful. Rachel is very pleasant and steps up to make certain you have everything you need. Very great staff all around!!!

    « Convenient to I - 40 »

Travel across country twice a year. I want hotels that are close to the Interstate. Easy on and Easy off. Don't need to be driving around for hours finding the hotel, then trying to get back on the Hi-way. Best Western in Oklahoma City does just that. They have nice rooms, convenient to parking lot. and a descent restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast. I've stayed at this hotel several times and plan to continue to do so.

    « Horrible »

Gave Best Western a bad name. The lobby is great and welcoming, but the rooms??? Hardly!! The rooms had a musty odor and elevator smelled even worst! The pool area was filthy and overwhelming packed (looked like a city pool)! Place in desperate need of remodeling or upgrades! Breakfast was even worst! Packed, crowded and a germaphobes worst nightmare! Dont be fooled by the lobby!!!!??

« Quite and Safe hotel »

This Bestwestern Inn is 15 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and Dean McGee eye center. It is close to restaurants and fast food places and located away from the highway. The front desk staff are friendly and the hotel lobby is spotless. There is a restaurant in the hotel if you prefer not going out. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are pillow topped. We had a relaxing good night sleep. The hotel serves hot breakfast starting 6:00 am. You get real plates and silverware.we enjoyed staying here and plan to i in the future.

« FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY! »

My hubby and I stayed here to attend an oil expo at the fairgrounds. It was very close by which was convenient, but what was even better is when I asked for directions, the gal at the front desk said their shuttle would be happy to take us and pick us up! Our rooms were very clean and nice, comfy beds and pillows too. The grounds were well kept, lovely pool area and patio seating. The buffet breakfast was extremely nice with wonderful service as well. All staff was exceptionally friendly. For such a reasonable rate we were over the moon impressed with this hotel and hope to return in the future! EXCELLENT JOB.... AND WE ARE "VERY" PICKY ABOUT WHERE WE STAY, so cudos Best Western!

    « Frustrating check in »

We made our reservations in advance and wrote in special remarks that my husband needed a first floor room and that we had a wounded warriors service dog because he has a traumatic brain injury. When we arrived I was told that because we had a service animal we would be put in the "pet building" and that there was not a room available on the first floor. When I mentioned the ADA guidelines, a room immediately became available on the first floor. It is frustrating enough dealing with a disability like my husband has. It becomes even more so to have to pull the ADA into the discussion. Once that was resolved, we were given a lovely decorated room. The walls are somewhat thin and you could hear a dog somewhere on the second floor scratching at the door for almost 40 minutes to be let outside. There wasn't any pet odors and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was just lovely. If it wasn't for our requests not being honored online, this would have easily been a 5 star rating. It would help if the staff was better trained about the guidelines of wounded warrior service dogs.

We are repeat visitors to this hotel. It is clean and the rooms are updated and nice although it may look a little dated on the outside. The breakfast buffet is always plentiful and the service is great.

« One Of The Best Best Westerns That I Have Stayed »

My wife and I chose this Best Western based on the reviews here on TripAdvisor. I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns, and this one rates near the top of my list. Using a AAA rate discount, our king bed room was $96.78. We chose this location as we were seeing the Foo Fighters in downtown OKC. We did not have any complaints about this location (which is rare for me - if you have read any of my other reviews). The breakfast offering was good (and plentiful). The room was clean and well-maintained. Check-in and out was quick and easy. I will certainly stay at this Best Western if I need to stay in OKC again.
