Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites

This facility has great potential. The staff were nice. Beds and pillows were older but adequate. The pool room was cold. Kids enjoyed the pool. However, pool walls were dirty and there were cracking bricks/tiles. The pool room wall mural painting is peeling. There was trash on the floor in the pool area for 2 days, implying they don't clean in there very often. Our bathroom door stuck so was hard to open/close. But, the rest of the bathroom was really nice....looked new. They still have the older style window ac/heat although at least it wasn't too loud. There was a nice large parking lot behind the facility which was good for us since we were towing a trailer. Wifi was spotty in room 310. The gym was tiny and missing equipment. 2 luggage carts had totally busted/flat wheels. The location is good....close to many stores & restaurants, easy to get into town. They offer a decent breakfast with both hot and cold items. This place has lots of potential. Due to location, price, and breakfast, I would stay here again. But, they need to start sprucing up some of the details or they'll start losing business.

Clean, friendly staff, nice pool area.great price and good location. Typical continental breakfast items. Things that could have been better: the pillows (very odd pillow options) and the cleaning chemical smell (very strong fabuloso sent everywhere). The waffle batter was soured when we tried to make a waffle in the waffle maker.

Room was nice. Pool was okay - warm but small.. Disappointed that they do not have crib/playpens available for children and that we were not made aware of this even though we requested one at booking.

First time at this property. Convenient to North OKC and Edmond. Check-in was quick and all items in the room worked. No issues anywhere. The room faced the Turnpike but on the bottom floor there was no noise.

The room was very clean. Had a king room which automatically comes with a sofa and coffee table in it. Large room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Not much there and not even lukewarm. No breakfast meat to go with the eggs and hash browns. Overall experience besides breakfast was very good?

The rooms were nice and location is nice but when I checked in I gave the front desk several BW E=gift cards that I had printed out. When I returned home after our stay I noticed on my credit card bill that I had not received any credit for them. I have called 5 times and have been told the manager would get back with me and had no reply. On all of but 1 of the e=gift cards I had copies so I have used them for another stay at a different location but the one I did not have a copy and it was for $100. I would like the credit on this stay but now I have called BW direct and they have gave me the gift card # and I sent that number to the manager several days ago and no reply. I would like this amount credited to my card for my stay a this location.

This is a mid level motel so my expections are higher. We took a first floor at the end of the left wing of rooms . The right side has their dog rooms. Room 110 had a tile flooring. From a cleaning perspective this is a plus. The room was large but only has a single easy chair and footstool. The room seemed a little bare. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower. But, the nozzle would not turn up or down or sideways. Water leaked between the doors. Exercise room was missing three dumbbells and the bike seat would not adjust. Everything else was what you should expect from a mid level location. Will stay here again next trip west.

This is at a great location right off of the toll road and close to a lot of eating and shopping area. We stayed 3 nights as we were in town with a number of family members for a wedding. Family members stayed in at least 6 rooms. All were very happy. The rooms were very clean , roomy, AC unit worked very good.

Convience location for our trip thru Oklahoma City. Front desk pleasant able to meet our room requirements. Hotel appeared clean, new and well appointed. Room was nice with walk in shower due to my husband mobility issues. Breakfast was good with many choices and food warm. The pillows were too soft as the mattress was too soft for us but that is a personal preference. Busy area of town but easy access ti turnpike. Would stay again.

Raje and Steve are the definition of expert, professional, and respectful. This will be my hotel everytime I stay because of those two individuals. They need a raise! From one business to another, hold on to those employees or I'll take them!

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at I have traveled often and had stayed at many hotels, and this is by far my favorite. From the maintenance man, John to the two front desk. Ladies, Trinity and Melody are a service has been exceptionable not only has it been good service, but it is a cleanly place to stay

5-Star Rating to staff: Steve (Manager), Sonia, Santoshi, and the ladies who clean and beautify the rooms!! OUTSTANDING!!! The bed was comfortable, room was well cleaned, and our special needs were met superbly. Breakfast and location rated 4, but the welcome and service made up for that!

Super nice staff, lovely bathrooms, they were clean, and updated. The floors were extremely clean. Nice touch to have the Keurig in the room for coffee. The beds had large pillow toppers. So they were very soft. Made me feel they needed new mattresses. The pillow topper was sliding off the bed. Had their mattresses been better I would have given this a great review. Since we go to a hotel to sleep I feel that is one of the most important part of a stay. Made me feel the mattresses needed to be replaced and they couldn't afford to replace them. The breakfast was bagels, danish, waffles, eggs, hashbrowns sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and orange or apple juice. The cappuccino machine was out of order. Of course coffee.

A family of four, we experienced a pleasant stay at this Best Western, with comfortable beds and pillows, clean room, working amenities, shallow indoor pool, and a hot breakfast with reasonable variety of options. The location was convenient to highway access with nearby gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants.

The pros: The bed was wonderful. It was relatively quiet. It was clean. The cons: It was unhospitable and not very nice. I love Best Western normally. Some of the nicest hotels I have stayed in were Best Westerns and this is a complete aberration to those experiences. Example: When you walk in our out of the lobby, the people at the desk either stare at you blankly or are playing on their mobiles. It's so odd. I wanted to talk to the woman to ask about getting my room serviced at the front desk and she was chewing gum and clicking on her mobile. People are eating breakfast and chatting (or attempting to- more on that) and the worker starts putting chairs on tables as if to say "please go". It just looks so rude. It's one thing to remove the food and wiping things down, but quite another to be unhospitable and put all the chairs on tables around the guests the minute the clock strikes 9 (which is a little early for breakfast to end on a Sunday). The breakfast itself is disgusting. This is not a typical Best Western breakfast. The biscuits were warm hard dough-- no exaggeration. How is it even possible? The hashbrowns were limp and barely cooked. The reconstituted eggs were a bit scary. There were some burnt sausages I was too scared to try. I had to throw it all away. There were no yogurts or hard boiled eggs. The packets of honey were sticky and gross, and so obviously the place is not cleaned well. I was afraid to touch anything else. The coffee was bitter and had an oily film on it. I was afraid to touch anything else. Seriously, what the hell. It was as if someone completely indifferent was putting together this haphazard ugly breakfast. Finally, they don't service your room until you check out, even if you are staying for multiple days, and there is no sign telling you that this is the case. It's really weird. We were also treated to a fire alarm going off after midnight one night, complete with firemen. There was one manager who appeared to be working a 24 hour shift-- he alone was the one pleasant employee and he seemed to be a bit overworked. Finally, the decor is pretty dated, but this would be very forgivable in a hospitable environment. This NOT your typical Best Western. It's really a shame.

We had a great experience at this Best Western the best hotel and friendliest I've ever stayed at. I would definitely stay there again. And it was close to the mall and restaurants. It was quiet so sleeping was great. Breakfast was wonderful also.

Wow, we were checked in by a young, friendly, professional Isaiah, and then greeted in the morning with a friendly, smiling, courteous young lady, Khyra. What a team and it was a pleasure talking and working with them. The full plus breakfast was hearty and well-prepared. We had a quiet, peaceful, good night's sleep...there was a youth, religious group staying that were very courteous, quiet, and polite. The room was moderately priced and in our budget. What a stay!

The staff was amazing amd nothing I had a problem with was their fault. The owners on the other had had made some very clearly cost cutting decisions that ruined the stay. The breakfast was underwhelming and the waffle batter was off. The bath tissue was of extremely poor quality. The tub had been replaced with a shower only (to reduce cleaning costs, I'm sure). The beds were hard amd uncomfortable. This hotel is here to make a quick buck, not to encourage repeat guests.

After 3 days of hell on the worst Greyhound bus ride ever to Oklahoma City from California my cousin booked me a hotel for the night and it was pretty awesome. New employee Allie was super professional and courteous with me and she had so much patience with me which really put a smile on my face. Kudos to that young woman for doing her job the right way. Also thank God this hotel had a washer and dryer that I could use especially after being on that bus getting to Oklahoma City for my elder cousin's funeral the very next day. My only dislike was that my shower head didn't work and I had to buy some wash soap for the use of the washer machine from a 24/7 convenience store and gas station down and across the street called OnCue. I don't blame the hotel for being out of washing soap and dryer sheets because I learned from employee Allie that an outside vendor was completely responsible for that. So when I left the hotel the next morning for the funeral I just left the rest of the washing soap with Allie to give to another customer that may need to wash their clothes at the hotel in the future. I would definitely come back there again if I return to Oklahoma City.

Great room manager Steve very helpful in recommending places to eat and things such as shopping nearby I would recommend that fit hospitality is the best in oklahoma city. Should have more people like him.

I have to share this story that describes the atmosphere at this hotel. The professionalism from Steve and the leadership at this hotel is indescribable. We stayed here with college hockey team. Steve always made sure we have what we need both times we were there. The staff is very polite. On our last day we had to checkout and wait for the game in the lobby. Steve made sure we have waters and places to hang out. While waiting, we met a family with daughter that just won Silver medal at Special Olympics. We learned that Steve helped them to stay when their car broke down the night before. They were very thankful and wanted to take a picture with our team and get autographs. This whole experience was not only definition of humanity but also learning experience for all of us. The rooms are great. Breakfast is always ready and delicious. Thank you for all of that!

Stevie and Keyona did a great job helping me! I got off a night shift and it snowed a lot. I also lived far away and I was able to get a room in the morning. The staff was super nice and very polite, they did an amazing job! The hotel room was clean and neat, and I had no problems. Thank you BW!

Clarissa provided the best check in experience I have ever had. After staying at Best Western hotels for over 20 years, she truly helped me feel like I was checking into a 5 star resort worth $1000 a night. Only in movies have I seen such a friendly, kind, personable check in experience. Thank you Clarissa! If I was Best Western I would find a way to hire her as a trainer for how to work the front desk at their hotels nation wide. Arrived at 1:00am. Our bedding was dirty when we arrived ! The front desk didn't even care. The shower curtain had mold on it. We had 3 rooms. All 3 rooms were dirty !! Do not stay here. We didn't eat breakfast because the hotel was so dirty , I can't imagine the kitchen cleanliness!

Wads of hair in bathtub and floor in bathroom, This was after we were given a room where someone was still staying in. Asked to speak to a manager and he was too busy and in a loud place to speak to the customer even though he was speaking to the employee just fine. It to 45 minutes to check in to the room and 30 more to get a "clean" room.

Excellent staff, especially Ana! Breakfast was very good. The room was great and the price was more than fair! We will be back! I met my twin there because it was half way between our homes. Absolutely will stop again to see Ana!!!

Overall the hotel is nice but the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired they do not take good care of their customers. I had stayed at this property before and was very satisfied however upon this day I went to the breakfast at 8:30 AM and it was absolutely horrible. One spoonful of eggs 1 link sausage limp bacon cold no gravy and no refills in sight. No dinner plates out and no forks. I seriously doubt I'll be staying at this property again.

Clarice was friendly and helpful from the time i walked through the door and throughout the check-in process. She also asked if the room was ok when we came back through the lobby. The mattress was a little hard and might need to be replaced but other than that, the hotel was great.

I some issues with my reservation, everything was taken care of. The assistant manager, Clarissa, was extremely helpful, and also just so dang nice! The room was clean, and the breakfast was also exceptional.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Oklahoma City. Upon check in there was an issue with our reservation. Ana at the front desk, and Steve, the manager, could not have been more helpful. The reservation issue was taken care of, a room was found for us, and both staff members did their best to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We are very appreciative!! The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, and breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers in the OKC area.

Location is very safe and close to shopping and restaurants. Best breakfast ever including hash brown potatoes, sausage and really good scrambled eggs. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, instant oat meal, real orange juice, toast bagels. Attendants made sure items were kept completely stocked and gave assistance when needed. Very nice indoor pool and exercise rooms. Beautiful, large room with microwave snd nice fridge and coffee maker. Choice of 4 pillows. Blanket was enclosed with two sheets so highly sanitary. Nice tv with espn snd Free wifi. Huge vanity in bathroom with large, soft Towell's and wash clothes. We were in a loaded camper mini van snd wanted to see the Cowboy Museum so were wanting a very safe place to spend the night. It was close to Museum and in a beautiful area. We were very happy with our choice and highly recommend this motel.

Mark checked us in and the GM also introduced himself. We were acknowledged for being a loyalty member first thing and received a thank you for choosing their location. Mark needed to see if our room was ready because we were checking in early. He personally went upstairs and inspected the room. Our room was meticulously clean. Bed linens appear to be new, same for the bathroom towels. Room was specious with a couch in addition to a work station. The breakfast was a full on breakfast. Eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, bagels, breakfast cake/muffins and cereal . Hot fresh brewed coffee to round out a nice breakfast. Oh, don't forget the USA Today newspaper! .Ana was there for our checkout and she greeted each customer as if they were family. So warm and friendly. Need dinner restaurant suggestions? Mark is he 'go to guy'. Will definitely stay there again when we travel.

These people are so nice. They took good care of my family many of whom are handicapped. We stay here for the location as well as the workers. TOP NOTCH. Very clean, spacious comfortable and quiet. Ana at the front desk was amazing! They're very helpful and courtious. I really enjoyed my week long stay. I will most definitely be staying here again. The one thing I don't like is having to come up with 200 characters for this thing! Lol

Last time I stayed many struggles just to get Gluten Free breakfast. This time Clarissa night front desk made sure that my request for Corn flakes and low fat milk was done. Clarissa trained Anna front desk day and Anna followed through and on this trip I did get to eat. There is redemption and Anna continued her great customer service skills throughout my stay. Clarissa is nice lady and is great at her job too. Will stay again

The hotel has a great location, convenient access to the freeway, restaurants and shopping. A Top Golf is close by for an added bonus. Our guest room was large and comfortable, except for the bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable for us. The complimentary breakfast was average and needed some addititonal healthy options.

We had an excellent stay at this Best Western. Three employees stood out as providing great service when we needed anything. Shante, Stevie, and Clarissa were awesome! We ate breakfast 3 times during our stay and it had a good variety if hot and cold breakfast items. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again.

we stayed at several Best westerns back and forth on our trip across country to meet up with family. We really hadn't been disappointed until this hotel. No smiles, no eye contact and actually kind of rude. I am sad to say this... however, I think it was due to the color of our skin.

Steve, Tammy, and Clarrise were so friendly and accommodating. Way better than the first hotel we tried down the street. Customer service is still in style! The rest of the hotel was just fine and on par with our normal choices. We will stay again when in the area.

When we checked in they were short staffed on cleaning personnel so are room wasn't ready. They immediately upgraded us to a suite and got us to a room. Excellent customer service Breakfast is good just need to turn up the heat on the warmers

Everything went good during my stay. Room was clean, a/c was excellent, no issues at all. The front desk lady Shantie and manager Steve were very friendly and professional which is why check in went smoothly. They were helpful with providing info on restaurants and shopping in the area. Our room was nice, and quite clean. Despite being very close to the highway, the room was quiet. The front desk staff were pleasant. And the breakfast was ample and good. Overall, a nice stay, nothing to rave about, but pleasant.

First time my husband and I stayed at a Best Western Plus for our trip. We chose it because of the location. It was a very convenient location for us. The room was very clean, staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast available early in the morning which saves time having to go to another place to get coffee or breakfast. Reasonably priced. Hope all Best Western hotels are as good as the Best Western Plus Memorial Inn in Oklahoma.

The Best Western Plus,OKC,OK is a great place to stay. The staff members Steve and Clarine, welcomed our party and made us feel at home. This is a great hotel to stay at. Every one is very nice and helpful. Mark really treated us very good. The rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfy. The breakfast is good. This hotel is just seconds/ minutes away from anything you would want to do.

The hotel is in such a great spot with plenty of things to go do and lots of entertainment, highly recommend to any person, the staff is great and you can definitely count on me coming back soon. Out of the hotels I've been to this was by far the best in the past 2-3 years I've been to any, just honestly keep up the great work Mr Steve and all your workers to keep that same energy for your guests and staff to be happy happy

I arrived almost 3 hours before check-in. I wasn't trying to get early check-in just let the staff know I had arrived and wanted to leave my car in the parking lot, take a walk and grab some lunch until time. Shanlee working the front desk said hold on, she might be able to get my in a room already--and she did! To an upgraded room nonetheless. Clarissa was cleaning the lobby and breakfast area. Always smiled and greeted me when in passing. The manager Steve was very pleasant as well. The hotel general areas and my room were very clean. Very comfortable. The TVs were a lot larger than expected. Be greeted by positive people after a long car drive makes it all better. Memorial Drive is a great area to stay in. So many shops and restaurants in that vicinity.

Great service. Outstanding people at the front desk. Good location for sight seeing for outside activity. I don't mind staying there again. Nice little swimming pool. Just don't like the toll areas....

This hotel is in a nice location close to Quail Springs Mall and lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is very caring and the hotel room is always clean. We've stayed at this property before, so we booked another stay with them. No complaints. Make sure to book ahead to get a good rate as we booked as we arrived and we were surprised when we got the bill.

It all starts with the check in. We were greeted with a smile and an excellent overview of the amenities by a very friendly and professional woman. Even thanked us for choosing to stay with them. The great service continued with each person we met and the four day experience was a great example of what hospitality can be. Thank you.

The beds were comfortable. That's the best I can say. Otherwise, there were problems. We were not greeted as Rewards members when checking in. I had to tighten the toilet seat. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The staff was not very personable. And finally, the breakfast just wasn't up to BW standards.

Excellent hotel, quiet, convenient to many restaurants. Little tricky with turnpike. Outer road goes 1 way so have to double back on other side of turnpike on outer road or go back on turnpike....LOTS of traffic on outer roads.

We had a great experience during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had all we needed, the kids swam and it was close to what we were doing in the city. They were able to put us all close together like we had hoped. We will stay again.

Staff friendly hotel clean my problem was we paid 150.00 a night to have a relaxing evening and the TV didn't work the microwave didn't work and for 150 a nite I expected everything to work I would like to get what I paid for just like if u came to a business of mine u would wnt to get what u paid for and we didn't recieve tht this time.

The hotel is smaller, quiet, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It was in a location that was easy to find and assessable to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit OKC in a few months.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast was very good, clean, and accommodating. Or beds were comfy and room temperature was good. The water pressure was low in the shower, but hot and everything worked. Management and staff were all friendly and professional!

Clarissa at the front desk was beyond awesome. Very professional and we could just tell she wanted our stay to be the best it could be. Good customer service is hard to find. Great customer service is even harder. Very impressed.

Very nice and clean property. Front desk lady was very nice, friendly and pleasant but a little while after we were settled in the room we were informed we were apparently in the wrong room. We never quite figured out what happened and what they expected us to do about it. We kind of felt as if we did something wrong which of course we didn't. Otherwise a nice stay. We love to walk and it is definitely not a walker-friendly area - few sidewalks. Also, the closest place to eat was smoky and stinky from cigarette smokers. Would probably stay here again.

I called to make our reservation and Clarissa was the sweet sweet woman that helped me. She was a gem!! She was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. When we arrived Mark, was the gentleman that checked us in. He greeted me and said it would be a moment as he was checking in another guest. She was having a problem with her card, Mark was gracious to her telling her not to worry it will all work out. The problem with the card was resolved! Mark was professional and very helpful! We've never stayed at Best western before and the stay was super nice. Our check in late at night was great, they tried to keep the family together (same floor) which I appreciate. Super clean rooms and facility. Breakfast was great, Isabel was very helpful and attentive! Steve the manager was very helpful too. We will be back to this hotel when we come back to Oklahoma.

The staff at best western plus are the best! I was given a very warm welcome by Shante at the front desk during checkin. The room was nice and clean. Exactly what you expect during times like this. Isbel and Steve are doing a great job with this location!

I woke up wondering if they had a gym here and sure enough, they do. Which was cool. But the nice lady at the front desk, Shante, was absolutely amazing. The snow came and we had to change our reservations and she helped us the whole way. She was kind, fast, and very attentative. Cool lady for sure. Good hotel. Not expensive. I'll be back

After a long 13 hour drive we finally pulled into the hotel and the staff was so amazing and kind. Cinthia and Steve were so sweet getting us a early check in, then upgraded us to a king suite! Steve gave us so many ideas for things to do with the kids and shopping around the hotel. We have been traveling for 2 weeks for cheer competitions and this was the first real break and their warm welcome made it made it so easy to actually relax and the extra space of the big suite was so needed after the small accommodations we have used.

I really enjoy my stay. I love the fact the the advertise exactly what they are marketing. Extremely friendly. I felt at home. Thank you for a very relaxing and peaceful night. When I need a revamp. I will come here.

Clarissa was our check-in hostess yesterday evening and she was charming, helpful, pleasant to visit with and assisted us with care when we needed a little help. David and the Manager of the hotel checked us out very courteously. The hotel was quiet and we felt safe there. We had a delicious breakfast, we could smell cooking on the grill as we entered the sparkling-clean dining area. I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western!

Always my first pick to stay when working in OKC, very clean, great beds and pillows, great full breakfast, close to the city for work when working in OKC. A great place to stay if you are in Oklahoma City.

We are cost conscious travelers who are currently traveling for 4 months. We are one month into our cross-country trip. I always seek out Best Western Plus hotels a s they are a great value for the money. This one was consistent with our past experiences. The staff was exceptionally engaging. There was a full breakfast -- not prepackaged as many hotels are now offering. The hotel was very clean. And, the location met our needs - although it is not centrally located. Our room was on the road side which can be noisy. Ask for a room away from the main drag.

A worker there named Isabel made our whole trip. She did an amazing and delicious breakfast. Checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care of. She was so friendly and genuine and you could truly see she cares at what she does and the people she is helping. She was great with our special needs son and that is truly amazing to see. A good value for the dollar; easy access, convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Quiet, well managed, and sufficiently maintained property with ample parking and outdoor seating to enjoy the pleasant weather. .

We stayed at this location because of the availability to many restaurants as well as close to the interstates. The hotel is old and needs upgrades in the areas of the carpet, electrical outlets availability, as well as checking on the smell of the water coming out of the faucets. Highly recommend that you keep bottled water available when it comes to rinsing your teeth after brushing. Dish Net should be cancelled. There were far more channels selling products than there were channels for view tv programs.

This hotel goes a step above when it comes to serving their guests. We especially recommend the breakfast!! Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well maintained property. We come to OKC to visit family and this is our go-to place to stay.

Greeted upon arrival, check-in, nice spacious room. Good internet service. Clean, great location, easy to find, well lighted. Bed great, plenty of pillows. Good breakfast nice selections, good coffee, great rate.

We were in Edmond to celebrate several family birthdays, and spent one night at the BW Plus Memorial Inn and Suites. Shante, as well as other desk help, went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. Our rooms were very clean and inviting, and the free breakfast was excellent. It felt like a real home away from home. Thank you for making our weekend a real "Plus"!

Do not i repeat do not stay here!!! We was locked out of our room with all of our belongings in it! Then if you usr your bestwestern rewards they will check you in and say they habe them and then charge your credit card, then im told i didnt show them at check in and that is a total lie!!! He is a con man and a thief!!! If your working in the oil field or have family staying for a hospital visit STAY AWAY!! HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND CALL YOU A LIAR AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!

Terrible customer service. I called Best Western via phone and they made my reservation for this hotel. When I showed up it turned out this was not a pet friendly hotel. When I learned the hotel would not accept my dog, they REFUSED to cancel my reservation. I was not even in my room yet and this was at the front lobby. The hotel also advised me this was an issue to take up with their corporate office and the hotel could not help me. So I called the corporate number they gave me and it turned out it WAS up to the hotel to cancel and refund my reservation. This was late at night after driving 12 hours. The options I was presented with for us to stay at this hotel and pay $150 penalty for having a dog or simply lose out on the $120 reservation. The corporate customer service agent advised they would submit a review to the upper management at the local hotel and ask that they waive the $150 penalty due to the miscommunication on Best Westerns part when I booked the room through their agent. Upper management DENIED this request. Best Western was also supposed to perform a call review due to the agent sending us to a non pet friendly hotel. THIS has NOT been done. Initially I was told within 24 hours and now I've been told it's 3-5 days. The back and forth between the corporate office and the local hotel pointing the finger at one another is ridiculous. All I wanted was for them to cancel my reservation. The greed and terrible customer service of this location is beyond ridiculous. Furthermore, for the corporate office not to step in is pathetic as well. I've been A customer for a while and travel frequently. If anyone of authority reviews this; my case number is CR362537.

I stayed here for one night as I was passing thru driving across country. Very clean, nice hotel. Wonderful breakfast, plenty of choices. To have hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy) during covid is a plus. The workers I came across (Shante, Charisn, Steve (MGR) & Isabella) were all very kind & helpful for my one night stay. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in northern OKC!

This Best Western Plus met our needs perfectly. The room and hotel were very clean, and everything was in working order. The room was big, with the nice amenities. Since I prefer to take stairs whenever I can, I can say the stairs were carpeted and both corridors were clean. The location itself is north of the city, and easy to hop onto a highway to get everywhere. Nearby is Costco, a mall and other shopping and eating options. The breakfast had everything you can ask for!

Felesha, Destiney, and Shanté handled their business!! Very friendly and very helpful!! The Fam had a Great time!! The suite was Super Comfortable!! Definitely will be back!! Thanks for the outstanding Hospitality!!

I was very disappointed with the room I was given when I checked in around 12:30 am and was already extremely exhausted from my all day travels all the way from The Bahamas. I checked the room and bathroom before settling and could not believe the condition of the bathroom toilet and tiles by the tub area. There were brown stains all along the area between the toilet seat and tank (evidence that it was not cleaned nor sanitized against Covid 19) and the tiles in front of the tub were lose (an accident waiting to happen). I am very concern about my safety against catching the virus and I did not feel comfortable staying in this room, as I could not trust that the rest of it was possibly sanitized as advertised in the hotels listings. I immediately contacted the front desk and advise the attendant on duty David of this. He came up to verify my complaint. I really wanted to get my money back and find another hotel despite it being after 1:00 am in the morning. David put me in another room that was better as far as I could see. I had only paid for the one night stay at the time but had originally intended to stay here on my return to the area at the end of the week. I could not and will definitely find another hotel instead. I can not recommend.

Not only is this hotel, clean and comfortable, they have in their employ an outstanding, professional who's name is Clarissa. She is a beacon of light, charming and most accomodating. Their breakfast was e xcellent and my room one of the best in my 7 week cross country trip. This IS the place to stay if you are in the area.

We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area, and this was our second time at this hotel. It was still clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the nice water pressure in the shower, which you don't always get in a hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate, and back to self-serve! All my comfort foods were there: bacon, link sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, plus oatmeal fruit, muffins, waffles. Both regular and decaf coffee and juices were available. We won't hesitate to book this hotel again!

This was surprisingly great! They offered a full breakfast and everything was hot and fresh. The room smelled very clean and was. Every person I encountered that worked there was super nice. This is close to a ton of food and shopping. Highly recommend.

We had two rooms for our stay. The rooms smelled strongly of deodorizer when we got there. It was so bad I had to open the windows. In one room, I could smell why they used so much deodorizer. The room smelled strongly of body odor after the deodorizer wore off. The light bulb for the sun lamp in the bathroom was lying on the cabinet in one room. My husband had to put it in. In the other room, the trash can had an empty pack of swisher sweets and a can of chewing tobacco. That was also the room that smelled horrible. Then during breakfast there was a young lady that stood at the buffet drinking juice then refilling it while others were standing behind her waiting to get juice. I saw her later coming out of the housekeeping room.

The room was clean! Clarissa checked us in and was very friendly and full of smiles! She worked day and night during our stay! The hotel is a little worn, but everything was clean!! Great restaurants in the area and Topgolf!

This hotel continues to be a "benchmark" hotel for me, one that I compare others to (I stayed at hotels about 160 nights in the last year.) The service is always excellent, the staff friendly and competent. The house cleaning staff work their tails off to get everything done right. All through Covid, this property has served pretty much the same breakfast as they did pre-Covid, except the staff serves it to you at your request. A lot more work for the staff, a better breakfast for you. They have been frequently selling out, so if you're considering staying here, I would book early.

room had bugs . staff claimed they didn't have any other rooms . staff refused to come to room to see bugs . we left in middle of night . staff rude and non cooperative . pool closed for covid . there was two adults and small child . only allowed two pillows for three people. this hotel should be closed up by best western and state health drpt.

My family loves staying here because of the comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff.. From morning to night we got the best care. Stevie the manager at this hotel goes above and beyond to care for his guests!!

We arrived around 11:30 pm. We were tired and needed sleep. One of the beds was broke and I had to sleep in the middle to keep from falling out of the bed. The next morning I noticed that the carpet was torn and the wall was damaged. I went to the restroom and the door was broke and wouldn't shut. I went to take a shower and saw an opened bar of soap in the shower. The room wasn't deep cleaned for Covid. I told the lady at the front desk and she said that she would tell the manager. I haven't received a call yet. This shouldn't be a Plus hotel at all or a Best Western. Don't stay here.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and my kids really enjoyed the indoor pool! We would definitely stay here again, if we are ever back in the area.

Clean and safe! Close to turn pike but not close enough to hear load cars at night. Lots of restaurants, shops, and fast food places which was really convenient. One of the few hotels that has pretty good water pressure! Would use this again if I am ever in the area.

This property should serve as a model for other BW hotels. It is clean, bright, easy to access and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was hot and the breakfast attendant, Isabel, was super friendly and constantly in motion. If you are in the Edmond area for a visit or business, this is the place to stay.

While there are many nice hotels, and this one is both clean and comfortable, I came down with food poisoning, unrelated to the hotel, while on my way to this Best Western Plus. I was in bad shape. Mahek was so very kind. She sincerely cared about my well-being and brought me orange juice when I wasn't up for the walk to the dining area. What a jewel! Thank you! Give her a raise! Again, to be clear, I contracted food poisoning BEFORE I arrived at the hotel- it was not their fault.

Took a little vacation for relaxation. Booked the jacuzzi tub room. Went to check in front desk lady was very nice and efficient and friendly. Once I was checked in she told me my room wasn't ready I'd have to wait 20 more minutes. No problem so I went to lunch and came back 45 minutes later. Go to my room but am met with housekeeping saying room is not ready yet. 10more minutes. I go sit in my car and wait 15 more minutes and then go to the front desk and ask her if she could check if my room is done as I did not want to haul my luggage down there again so it's ready. Upon walking into the room it reeked of cigarettes. (In a non smoking hotel?). The bed had no comforter or bedspread on it only sheets.? I went to the front desk to tell that as I did not want them to take my refundable additional $50 I had to pay. Upon looking at the bed I notice the sheets aren't clean for a new guest the bed had just been remade. The paint in the bathroom had big bubbles on the wall maybe a water leak from above? The next morning I requested my room be done up and new sheets on the bed. And I left for the day. Coming back late in the evening I opened my door to a big stench of cigarette smoke and an unmade room. It wasn't done at all! I was too tired to go find someone to make it up and I saw no one when coming in earlier. I checked out the next day I get an email of my receipt and was charged Two different amounts for each night which was wrong because when I made my reservation the amount was same rate for both days. Very disappointed and the only personnel that would smile or speak to anyone was the front desk girl.

The Check-In staff here was awesome! They were very Friendly and the Check in and out process was smooth and quick ,, The room was very Tidy and Clean with a nice comfortable Bed,, I highly recommend this Hotel!!

The room smelled of mildew as soon as you walked in the room. We got the room with the jacuzzi and it worked fine, but we could not get over the stench. The room and hotel needs updating and modernization. Front desk staff stayed back in the back office on all 3 shifts, had to ring the bell or say “hello” for service each time we visited the front desk. No one answered the phone when we called, either.

I was reluctant to booking at a Best Western. This was the only hotel that had rooms available last minute. I was blown away at the hospitality I received. I was greeted immediately as I walked into the lobby. The young lady was very informative and gave me a quick run down because she knew I was in a rush. Check in was 4/22. I woke up on 4/23 to check for a local restaurant and to my surprise they were serving a hot breakfast. It was served by hotel staff and the portions were hearty. I thought hotels had suspended that due to COVID. The staff was very proactive to ensure my safety is priority one. So much so that they served me the breakfast. This was like a 5 star hotel. I'm telling you I had never experienced this at a Best Western before. Even upon checkout, Felecia greeted me and even as I'm checking out made me feel welcomed. Even though they all had their face masks on, you could just tell they were smiling. She walked me through the billing at my request and even as another staff member came in to return a phone she took by accident, Felicia was professional and made my check out pleasant. Great customer service, great cleaning staff, amazing hearty hot breakfast and most of all the cleanest hotel I've been to in a long time. Thank Felecia and team for taking care of my partner and I. My family and I visited the Chisholm Creek area for the first time this past weekend, to celebrate my son and grandson's birthdays. We had two rooms at Best Western Plus, which was convenient to everything. Everything was clean, and the staff was AMAZING!! Seriously, Felesha, Steve, and India were beyond welcoming and helpful! We would definitely stay there again.

Best western Plus on 1301 W memorial Rd has been an excellent experience for me and my family. Felesha, front desk, and Steve, I believe who is the store manager were wonderful. Its always nice to walk in and immediately be greeted with smiles and laughter. Not to mention the cleanliness of this place. I by far would have rated it 10 stars if it let me. I have had horrible experiences lately especially with the Surestay Best Western in edmond.. I am glad i gave another BW a chance. If you're in OKC this is the place to stay.. Steve and Felecia will take great care of you.

Loud party on the second floor. We called the desk and they responded. It was quiet for maybe 10 minutes. Now louder than before. I called again and Dave the night manager answered with an attitude. Like I was putting him out. Very unprofessional. He did call them and it finally calmed.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites in Oklahoma City,OK. It was a pleasant stay besides the house keeper didn't speak English well. She discarded my 2 fresh cups of coffee from Braums without my permission and laughed. I just wanted to enjoy my coffee in the lobby. Breakfast isn't long enough either 7-9 is not okay 10-11am. Should be latest. Felesha the receptionist was great help.

First time staying at this Best Western and we were very pleased with our stay. Robert was very helpful at check-in and in helping us know what was in the area for dining. Breakfast has great options and the breakfast attendant was always quick to ask if we wanted anything else. Room on first floor was nice. Hotel is a short walk to event center where we had a quick bite to eat. Will stay here again when our travels bring us through OKC.

I wound up staying at this property for a few weeks, much longer than expected. Getting to watch all of the staff work their particular jobs, I was impressed by how consistantly, day after day, hour after hour, the did excellent work in a very personable way. The result is a well run, attractive property that works for the guest.

I found myself with nowhere to be this Christmas. Christmas eve I got a room at best western plus. Let me tell you the room was nice and tidy and the people were friendly and helpful, shoutout Felesha for being an amazing receptionist. Really felt like it was Christmas regardless of the situation or even the year altogether. But my stay was nice, would recommend.

We have stayed here in the past while visiting family in the area, with each time a very good experience. In the midst of the pandemic, we were made to feel welcome with a comfortable room, hot breakfast (not the cold grab and go at many of the other hotels) and friendly staff. Isabel, at breakfast was so helpful and my husband was thrilled she remembered how he liked his coffee each day. We will stay here again.

When I called to ask about prices, amenties, etc. Robert was VERY helpful, sweet and respectful. Then the next morning Felesha greeted me and my son with a very sweet amd excited "Good Morning!" And my son was instantly happier. She was very helpful with adding another night to my stay amd answerinf questions about the pool and deliveries. I definately felt safe and welcomed on my Mommy and Me Weekend with my son. Only flaw is the shower in my room leaks at the showerhead and sprays the ceiling and wall and runs down the wall onto the floor. But its not worth causing a ruckus over. I definately will choose this next time!

I had to stay in OKC for a surgical procedure. I had a horrible day and had travelled almost 3 hours before arriving after 9 pm. The front desk staff, Robert and Steve, were SO helpful and friendly. The answered all of my questions and offered suggestions on how they could help accomodate my situation. I was SO pleased... It made my visit so much easier, and I will definitely return to this location!

We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is still functioning well even during COVID-19, serving breakfast and open pool and fitness center. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great and felt very safe.

Called this hotel for a same day reservation, largely due to great reviews and its location. "PJ" took the reservation and was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. She got everything right in short order. Upon arrival, Robert was working the desk, and was just a great guy while being prompt and efficient. The premises is very clean and our room was VERY clean. The hotel is obeying pandemic safety measures without being nuttie about it. The morning breakfast team was SO pleasant and served up a great meal while keeping safety measures in place. Check out took just seconds ("PJ" again!) and we were on our way. (P.S. The parking is well lit and we felt our car was safe.) Great place!

I was extremely tired and exhausted as I drove straight to Oklahoma from Pennsylvania. I needed a bed to sleep ASAP. When I arrived at the front desk I was greeted by Felesha who had excellent customer service and met my request for an early check in. Thank you Felesha!!!

I checked into this clean. Comfortable hotel and was greeted by PJ and Steve. Great staff! Big Comfortable rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Most hotel refrigerators are very small, but they have the bigger refrigerators. Big enough to fit a full load of beverages and snacks.

The staff at this property are outstanding. The desk, housekeeping, all friendly and they do their jobs well. Which means the check in and out are smooth, the rooms are Covid era clean, sanitized and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is great, done safely. I have stayed here a few times a year for several years and it remains a well managed property with a core group that always meets a high standard.

Padyiah Had Such A good welcoming smile and fully helped with with the services I needed very good employee. Also had a positive attitude when I approached her with my problem. Will definitely being staying in this location again highly recommend.

This place is a dream. I've been driving cross country, and it's the nicest hotel I've stayed at. So clean, amazing breakfast, gym, pool, etc. But the best part is the incredible service and staff. Felesha and Steve were able to help me out with a quiet area to take a Zoom call while working from the road, and they have gone out of their way to make my time here amazing. Will DEFINITELY return!!

Traveling back from California with my Aunt we stayed in 3 Best Western during our trip. Each had a king bed and great amenities. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Nice rooms and comfortable. Easy access.

My wife and I are Diamond members with Best Western. We stay at lots of Best Western hotels around the country and this one is by far our favorite! The place is always clean, the entire staff goes out of their way with kindness and each one of them have that "Oklahoma friendliness". All staff wore masks and the hot breakfast they continue to serve to guests was handled very safely and well. They took great pains to protect the safety of themselves and those staying at the hotel. I have to single out Ms. Felesha. Last week upon check-in she took exceptionally great care of us. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating. We definitely will stay at the Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites on our next visit to Oklahoma City.

Friendly and professional staff. Very clean rooms. Very clean in and outside of the property. Felicia called me on the way because they had a terrible rain storm that flooded one of our rooms we had reserved; she found us a non flooded room saving us some money! Nice location in metro w/easy access to Lake Hefner, Quail Springs Mall, and the OKC Zoo. The building is well kept and the room was clean & spacious. There's not much of a view to the north, however, it was pretty to look out and see Top Golf from the main entrance awning.

I came in because some work being done to my house and needed an early check in. Steve and Ashlee were more than willing to help with my needs! Their staff is very kind and really keep the place clean! Thank you!

I love everything about this hotel. Clean, lots of parking, grassy area to walk dogs, great breakfast, reasonable rates, and awesome staff. Especially Felesha at the front desk! She took care of everything timely and with a smile. We will be back!

Felesha at the front desk is the most wonderful person and very professional. She upgraded our room for us to a suite at no extra charge and for no reason, just because! The room was so spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfy! The towels were clean and fluffy. Steve the hotel manager was there and he is really nice too. They all make you feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This hotel was clean but the amenities were ludicrous! For three people, they gave 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and 1 tiny bottle of conditioner. The size of a pinky finger. The breakfast was closed because of Covid-19, but was not mentioned before booking. The pool and workout room were also closed. They offered complementary razors but when I asked them for one they said they were out. The beds were hard and the ac didn't keep up. So, no I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Tasha up front was absolutely amazing. She let me check in early because I was traveling with my cranky and tired 5 month old son at the time. The place was impeccable. It was a great time. Also Isabel in the kitchen was awesome as well. If I ever come back to that side of town, I will be staying here!

Best breakfast at any hotel we have stayed at. Clean, comfortable. Great location to shopping and food options. Tasha at the front desk was very knowledgeable and good. Isabel is attentive and professional in the breakfast area. We stayed on first floor. A little noise noted from upstairs guests but things quieted down after 10pm. Would stay again!

I was unable to obtain a bill i could use on my expense report. Paid when i made my reservatin via BW website. The front desk told me to call global. Global told me to call the front desk. Nobody could provide me with a bill i need to get reimbursed by my company.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the hospital we needed to go to. So location is a big thing. We also really liked the handicap parking placement and especially the outside door through the vending area. The lighting in the hallway was beautiful and the dining area was very spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable and the charger ports on the bedside table worked great. Add that with the amazing Front Desk Clerk, La'trice and it's a winning combo! Will definitely be staying here again.

The price was good, the room nice and clean, breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful - but I needed to use the internet for work - and it was nearly unusable. I finally had to work in the business center.

Niechee, LaTrice, Tina and Steve were so very helpful and went out of their way to help accomodate our family. We were there for a wedding and ended up with several complications at the last minute. They were able to help with everyrthing. Isabel in the kitchen did a great job also. It was 5 minutes from Edmond and close to resturants and shopping.

Nice looking motel. Clean room. Modest breakfast. Quiet room. It was an average stay. I just felt they could not have cared less that we were there. We were offered a bottle of water (because we have been Best Western customers for 20+ years?) and before we could answer - she moved on to giving us our cards and left. This next part is for upper management - if you have dedicated, long time customers - maybe give a little extra.

Clean and comfortable but not convenient to downtown. It is not close to the Memorial so don't be focused by name. Hotel is nice, beds comfortable and breakfast adequate offering instant eggs, bacon ,sausage, waffles, and pastries.

I had shoulder surgery on Tuesday September 17,2019 and the people working there really helped me when ever I needed it. The breakfast was the best that I have ever had in a motel and I have stayed in many motels.

Very clean and nice best western. Was a little difficult to find the entrance being a out of towner. But was satisfied with the speed, cleanliness, and friendlyness of all the hotel staff we dealt with. Inmy reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I did not get a good night sleep and bed was not as comfortable as I was expecting. I will try here again next month tho.

I stayed here for a few days with a disabled Aunt , the accessible roll in shower was the highlight of the trip for her as she could shower independently. The room were clean and large and quiet. The breakfast had hot and cold item to choose and the variety was large. The staff and supervisor Rashica made us feel warm and welcome. This was one of the better hotel stays I've had in awhile . I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really appreciate the desk staff for helping us after the 877 number proved less than stellar. Gotta love local people who take pride in their work. Everyone we encountered was of the upmost friendliest and helpful. Very thankful!

everything was fine for the price, the only two negatives were the breakfast was not good and the room had an odor. It was a noticeable odor that felt like it clung to me and would be the reason that I would not stay her again.

Power outage forced us to hotel. This was close and inexpensive. Room was very nice. Few minor maintenance problems identified to hotel upon checkout. Nothing that impacted the stay, but property can't fix things if they don't know they have a problem. Everyone should provide a list upon checkout if there are problems encountered. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean. Personnel were friendly and accomodating. I didn't see anything listing restaurants, stores, etc. in the area, which can sometimes be very helpful. Overall, good stay and I have put visitors up there before and would again.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special requests for our birthday visit to OKC and they took delivery of a cupcake delivery and put them in one of my rooms as a birthday surprise for my mom prior to our arrival!

We had a lovely stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. It was a good base for our trip. Close to Walmart and Costco. We booked for one night but stayed for 2 it was so relaxing . The pool and hot tub was good to use too. At breakfast there was plenty of choice and quantity. This is such a nice little place. We spent the night after a day visiting the Bombing Memorial, and were welcomed by Latrice at the front desk as if we were guests in her home, with fruit water at the desk. She was warm, smiling and pleased to tell us about the delicious breakfast, the pool hours, the all night gym, the well lit parking, and a few minutes after we arrived in our room, she called us to see if we had questions, needs or issues. She also adjusted our room rate easily when I showed the better rate on BW site after booking on there. I asked her to store our cold packs for travel and she placed them in a deep freeze overnight; she was so willing to accomodate us that she and the team get a 10 in my book. The hotel is older, and they have renovated. The beds are SO comfortable, the water was hot, and I appreciated two safety handles on the tub. The AC kept us comfy all night even though OC was over 100 degrees outside in August. This morning, Tina greeted us at the front desk, smiling, asked how we were, gave us a newspaper, retrieved my cold packs, and thanked us for coming. I did enjoy our restful quiet stay. We did not use the pool. If you are new to area, careful of Kilpatrick Pike...it is a toll road and does not take EZ Pass; needs coins. I learned to stay on Memorial; it is easy enough to navigate. And the gas here is the cheapest we have ever seen; filled up for $2.10 this morning, then saw it for $2.05 several miles down Memorial!!

The room was clean, the pool was warm, the atmosphere was pleasant and the price was reasonable. Restaurants, gas station, entertainment was less than 5 minutes away avoiding tolls which was a big plus for me!

It's a Best Western PLUS. Nice property situated in the northern part of OKC. It's in a quiet section of a commercialized area. It's walking distance to Brahm's, which happens to be a great ice cream and burger joint. Be aware of a bogus toll that you pay $1.30 to go 200 feet. Instead get off one exit before and take the Kilpatrick service road. It's a totally "BS" toll. I saved close to 6 dollars avoiding this. Young female hotel clerk requested my personal cell phone number so she could get me to answer a survey and she could get her points. I told her I don't give out that number. She insisted, so I gave her a bogus number instead. It was weird. Enjoyed our stay here. Typical BW breakfast buffet, nothing special about it.

One night. Hotel is just off the Kilpatrick Turnpike. Not a large hotel with a small breakfast area. Standard brkfast fare. Room was clean and very quiet which surprised me considering turnpike was quite close. There are several pretty good and well-known restaurants within a mile or two without getting back on the interstate (west from the hotel). Room had fridge and micro. Rooms were a little pricey here. Not sure why. There is nothing special about the hotel or location.

Room was decent and clean. Though it needs to be updated. Needs to feel more welcoming and comfortable. Maybe lighter decor. Walking distance to two restaurants. Close to Costco and Cabelas and nearby interstate. Provided warm and cold breakfast. Staff was friendly.

My Family stayed a week at the Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites in Oklahoma City and we absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Are room was cleaned and restocked every day. The level of hospitality given by Steve and his staff is immeasurable and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and be sure to ask for Steve. He will take good care of you and our family! Thanks for everything Steve.

Overall the jacuzzi suite was a nice room. Sadly it smelled of cigarette smoke bad enough that we had to go buy room fresheners to cover it up. Room overall was clean and in decent shape. (Fridge could have been colder on the max setting) Breakfast was great, with a large selection. The bed and pillows are a little stiff, but that is a personal preference. A lot of running around on the floors above at midnight and later. Glad whoever it was got their cardio in! Don't mind people smoking outside the side entry door,it is their choice. I would just prefer it only be cigarettes and not a “special custom blend.” Will not be returning to this hotel sadly.

Great place to stay, easy of and on main roadway. Friendly staff from the checking in person to the breakfast staff. Clean rooms. Plenty room to park. Well maintained inside and out. When back in OKC area will be staying again.

We stayed here for a few days while we waited for our movers to arrive so we could move into our home. The location was perfect - easy on/off freeway if needed and Memorial Road has a plethora of great restaurants. But, the real gem here is the staff; incredibly nice and helpful. Mr. Steve Tiard was the epitimony of service as he assisted us in printing documents we needed - always with a big huge smile! Checkin process was good. Rooms of course are not 5 Star, but wer elarge, comfortable and had all amenities needed. quiet and private. Breakfast was one of the best for free bfast at hotel! Finally, they have the best fruited water at the front desk available 24/7 - delicious on a hot, dry Oklahoma afternoon Thank you for a great stay!

It is so nice when traveling to walk into a property and be greeted with a friendly smile and to quickly get you checked in, And then an hour later get a call to make sure I was happy with the room. Rest great in a comfortable bed and wake up to a very nice breakfast.

Service was excellent. Came to town with a large moving truck with our car attached to the back. The staff member at the concierge (Jonas) helped us find a suitable spot for our long vehicle. He was very helpful and pleasant.

My stay has been fantastic so far. Jonas took great care of me and answered all my questions aptly. He is hands down the best that I have had the opportunity to come across. If I come back to Oklahoma City, my first thought will be to look forward to staying here again.

Access to this hotel was easy right off the Kilpatrick Turnpike. Two mile down the road is a shopping center with many restaurants. This is an older hotel which is clean and well kept. The 2 queen room is large and lay out was good, with a large bathroom. Desk chair is worn out and internet is very slow. Bed is very soft and bouncy like a trampoline. Lost power due to a storm about 6:00 PM. Had power to common areas but only power to bath area in our room so no A/C and had to undress and dress in the dark. Power was not restored when we left at 8:00 A M. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries and cold cereal, not bad considering loss of power.

Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. They have a pool and exercise room, and the staff, especially the manager Steve, were welcoming and kind. This is one of my best stays in awhile!

We have stayed at this BW hotel numerous times. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast has several items to pick from. The hotel is close to a very nice shopping mall, activities and restaurants. Even if most of our business or activities are in another area of the city, we choose to stay here because of their history of excellent service. And will be back again!

Decent hotel. The room was large with a sofa and quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fan in the bathroom was noisy. It was annoying that the hotel system put an additional $50 lock on my credit card when I checked in, besides the amount of the room. Even though I have a Best Western account that is in good standing. This was not an economic problem, just kind of annoying. I put in a wakeup call, which never came. I have no idea why not. Breakfast was a good selection. This hotel is somewhat out of the way. You may need to use the Kilpatrick Turnpike (a toll road) to get to and from the hotel. If you are not a local who possesses a pass for the turnpike you may need a lot of change to feed the automated toll booths, which don't take bills. The bill changing machine at the one I ran into didn't work. That was fun.

Stayed in a nice clean room with a Jacuzzi! Bed was super comfy, too. The staff, uncommonly wonderful! I think of Steve, Tiffany and can't forget Rashica and her marvelous margarita recommendations! Made me feel right at home, professional but comfortable. I'll be back for sure!

We had to use hotel because we had death in the family. The front desk girl Rashica was very pleasant and helpful. Also the breakfast was very delicious. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

We had a great stay overall :) it is a great location around many places for things to do with the family! Breakfast was the exact same evereyday. Room didn't get as cool as we wanted but we only needed it to sleep. Pool is small and no deeper than 5 ft but enough for little kids. No hot tub :(

This hotel is beautiful. Everything from the lobby, hallways, pool, laundry and rooms was spotless. Our room was a great size. Breakfast was amazing. A variety of choices that would everyone would enjoy and it was all stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay at the hotel in the future when in this area.

The experience was average. Tiara greeted us upon our arrival and checkin. We had a travel package and she made sure all was in order. She was very friendly. The room was ok, we slept good on the bed. The television was fair, it seemed to have pixilation problem from time to time and remote was not always responsive. The breakfast that was offered was good with many options for cereal, breads, bagels, Danish, eggs, pancakes, waffle maker, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, juice, coffee. That covers just about everything.

Stopped at this hotel after a long drive from Troy Illinois; room registration was fast and dinner advised were given to us. Room is clean and comfortable. Well situated off the turnpike. We do not hisitate in recommending this nice hotel.

I decided to book this hotel for my out of town relatives who drove in for my Father's Surprise Birthday. I am so glad that I did. My relatives spoke highly of the Hospitality they were given despite the large group. Sandy, Steve, Sheree treated my guests with the best service. There was another young lady and gentleman whom assisted us upon check in and were very delightful. Entire Staff was Awesome! I most definitely would recommend this hotel and book again....

Spent 5 nights here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We got a great deal on the BW site and were not expecting much. We were surprised how comfortable and clean the hotel is. Our room was not fancy but was clean, large and comfortable. I appreciated the air system which had a constant fan option for that added white noise. The hot breakfast was abundant and Sheree will make sure you are taken care of. There is a huge flag at the East end of the building. You can hear it flapping when the wind gets up and since this is Oklahoma that is much of the time. Ask for a room on the west end third floor if you want quiet. The super helpful and friendly staff helped to make this a great stay.

Friendly atmosphere with very polite associates and staff. Very clean and accommodating. Would recommend hotel do to it's proximity to shopping and restaurants. Shout outs too: Brandy, Kynnedy, Alexis, Whitney and Stace. Hopefully they're still there.

We found the room to be clean, the breakfast to be decent, and the staff to be friendly. The hotel wasn't luxurious but it met our needs. It was adjacent to a turnpike (with tolls) and we noticed a little noise from the road. [We got bumped from a Best Western in Edmond, and the staff here handled the situation well ... calling us in advance and even asking us what rate we were supposed to be charged.]

Clean well-run hotel, but the real star of this place is the breakfast! Fresh, hot, and delicious, it really is the BEST meal of the day! From kids to adults, everyone found something to love. Bacon and eggs with hash browns were the best. Waffle and pancakes were delicious and a kid favorite.

I stay in 25-35 hotels a year and have been in very few more friendly than this one. All facilities are clean and well maintained. No adjacent restaurants but some good ones a half to two miles away. Well kept continental breakfast plus. Easy drive to National Cowboy & Western Heritage Center and to Oklahoma City Zoo. Price reasonable for location but it's better to call ahead and ask for discounts or negotiate than it is to walk in cold and pay rack rate for a room.

On a road trip and are enjoying staying at Best Western motels. Friendly staff, room was in good condition, breakfast was pretty good. Location is not super easy to find so make sure your maps program gives you current info.

Alexis and Akii were the only nice workers at the hotel. The rest of the staff was not friendly. Breakfast was great! Clean rooms. Too much gossiping and tension in the hotel. The “supervisor” didn't know much about the hotel,I also felt very unappreciated.

The best western was very clean, close to a lot of attractions and shopping. the breakfast was very nice. The best thing about this hotel was the people! they were so helpful and friendly, I have not encountered that many smiling helpful people in one place in a very long time!

I love this hotel! It's so clean and roomy. Plus the beds are comfy with LOTTS of pillows. The workers are very friendly, and the complementary breakfast is so yummy. Whenever we stay in town we will always use this hotel.

Excellent well run hotel property, great value. I frequently stay here. Occasionally have tried nearby properties and this one always stands out for the overall value, great service, cleanliness. It's about 3 minutes on the Kilpatrick Turnpike past the cluster of other big name hotels and just as good or better in pretty much every regard. Maybe not quite as fancy as some, but still very nice. And a Braums right in front!

While the water being shut down for a pipe problem was not he hotel's fault it did make our stay less than ideal. There was no water for about 12 hours. We had to go to the mall to use the bathroom. The room was ok. The bath towels are small and not very high quality. Sheets were about the same.

Steve, the manager, is obviously doing something right as he has the greatest staff. We just loved Kanyde, Sheree, Alexis and Brandy. They made our stay so nice. We felt like we lived there. They always greeted us and asked if there were more they could do. I even felt bad that we were going home away from them. The hotel is clean and everything is run well. Will stay there again when we visit next.

My daughter and i stayed here during a week night on our way to St. Louis. Evening greeting was pleasant and efficient and we found our room with 2 queen beds to be comfortable with comfortable but firm beds and crisp sheets. The bathroom had ample space on the counter and a large tub with good water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was very good with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon, waffle maker, cereals and milk, bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurts, cream cheese, butter, juice dispenser with orange and apple, coffee and hot water dispenser so you could make tea or cocoa. This was all curated by Sheree who was sooo pleasant and accommodating with a bright smile and cheery good morning. Brandi who was working the front desk was also very pleasant and professional. The hotel has a spacious indoor pool which we didn't try, but looked clean and well maintained. The hotel also has meeting rooms if needed. It is also a short 2 minute drive to a burger place and higher end mexican restaurant. All in all a pleasant and restful overnight stay

Stayed one Night and had a beautiful nights sleep, but what was even better was waking up in the morning to an amazing delicious breakfast. Alexi and Sheree were attending the breakfast area and let me tell you when it comes to customer service these two lovely woman deserve an award. They complemented Best Western and there customer friendly service tremendously. Stay there you wont be dissatisfied.

We enjoyed a lovely night in our spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Kynnedy was very friendly and helpful checking us in. Alexis gave us tips for the next leg of our journey along Route 66. Sheree was very attentive at the complimentary breakfast. The staff were what made our stay extra special!

This would have to be the best customer service I have every had at hotel. Sheree and Kennedy were sooooo nice! They stayed smiling when we got a waffle stuck in the waffle machine as well as when we needed to bring our flats for our play into the meeting room to work on them. 10 out of 10

My family had a quick one night stay while in town for a wedding. Overall, the hotel was clean and well run. Everyone we spoke to on staff was welcoming and the general manager stopped by at breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed. Sheree cooked a lot of the hot items on the buffet and was super helpful and sweet.

The hotel and grounds were clean. The rooms were nice and clean, but what was the most noticeable was the happy, helpful delightful workers. From the desk clerks, the manager, the ladies cleaning the rooms to Sheree, the wonderful girl keeping the breakfast area filled with food and clean, all while greeting every person that came and went and helping the kids and elderly that needed help. Always with a smile and a cheery good morning and have a wonderful day. I'll stay here again.

We decided on a whim to book this hotel cause we wanted somewhere close to top golf and other things to do they we're extremely welcoming . They even called me after checking out to let me know I left my Fitbit and is now sending in the mail. I would definitely go back it was much better then other hotels u would pay way more for!

Our Family (6) needed a room to stay in after a day of activities in Bricktown. Came to Memorial Rd to eat at Saltgrass Steakhouse and it was late by the time we were done. So this was the nearest Best Western. Drove up and was greeted by the receptionist. She had three rooms! We took what was left! Very friendly staff. Slept Sound! Breakfast was Fresh and staff kept up with making sure there was plenty to go round for a Full Hotel!!

Dropped my daughter off for college. We didn't expect much but had quit the experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Also Miss Sheree did an excellent job with the breakfast! Definitely recommend this place.

I had a 14 drive from FL and was literally exhausted. I stayed 2 nights and both were great! All the staff greeted me like they were happy to see me! Special thanks to Lashele on the breakfast staff. I spent three days at the Best Western on 1301 Memorial Rd in Edmond , Oklahoma. The staff was excellent and they made my stay a truly enjoyable one. Alexis was so helpful when I checked in, and when I had trouble understanding how to use the key, she left and came with me to my room, to make sure I knew how to do it. She was also kind and courteous and truly an asset to the Hotel. Sandy was very cheerful in the morning, and also very helpful. Lashelle kept a very neat dining area, and the breakfast they served a was excellent. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone traveling is this area, as the price is also right for what you get.

Had an amazing stay! The staff was incredible! Steve and Sandy were so helpful and accommodating! I left my eyeglasses and they contacted me immediately! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable! The entire staff were so friendly! The property was super clean inside and out! I will definitely come back!

After a long day of driving, on the road for more that 8 hours, Best Western Plus was a site for literally, sore eyes. We were checked in by 9pm and checked out by 10am. Breakfast was excellent, 6am-11am. Get down to the breakfast area early before 8:30- 9:00, It get crowded, enough food, limited setting.

Best Western in Oklahoma City on Memorial Road you stopped here on our way to Texas checked in after midnight only took in an overnight bag check out about 9 a.m. and my truck window was busted out and the rest of our luggage was all stolen myself and the police ask about video cameras and they said they only have one pointed at their entrance to the hotel so they have no security at this hotel evidently they don't care about their customers or their customers property

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Family like setting. Thanks to Lashelle, Alexis, Sandy and Tameika, just to name a few. Good breakfast with pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, crispy bacon and lots more. Compared to other hotels around best deal for the price. I can recommend 100 percent. I stayed for one week and also used indoor pool, gym and laundry facility.

Staff was very friendly all around and the room was quite clean and comfortable, Sandy at the front desk was very polite and Crystal from the kitchen was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast who we were told was prepared by Lachelle was very, very good, even our picky eater ate alot. There were several more employees around the dining area whose names I did not get that were also very nice and helpful (around 10:00am June 24) that deserve recognition as well. This Best Western has to be the best one I've ever stayed at ever. Everyone here is nice and professional. Really want to point out the breakfast here. Crystal and Lashele work super hard. They were so friendly towards my family. They had the breakfast area so clean and all the food was excellent. Completely surprised me. Most hotels free breakfast isn't very good. But the way they cook made me feel like I was home or in a very expensive breakfast place. I will always stay here from now on when I come to visit my family. Also need to point out Sandy and Alexis, who helped us check in and out. They were completely professional and courteous and kind. Best Western Plus has won me over. Even my wife said the beds were great too! She has had a back surgery so it's hard for us to travel away from home. Thank you everyone who helped make our stay a positive experience!!! :)

We were in Wichita Falls to take our son, who is stationed at Sheppard AFB his car. So we booked two rooms so that he could enjoy a few nights of privacy and spend more time with us. Our rooms were nice and well maintained. The bathroom area was a bit “old fashioned” with the small sink area outside of the bathroom, but it was tolerable. They do have a nice gym and a pool, but we didn't have time to use either. So if you usually stay at a BWPlus, this would most likely be a good choice for you.

This is a true jewel of a hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated, the indoor pool is the perfect temp, and the 24 Hour gym is great. But the real appeal is the awesome staff. From the front desk... Sandy, Lashele, Alexis and Asdi... to the housecleaning personnel... all without exception are welcoming, helpful, fun and have great energy. And the included breakfast is delicious. A fantastic find!

The room was lovely, and the staff was A-1! Sandy, the desk clerk and Steve, the general manager went the extra mile to help us and make us feel welcome. I can't recommend this Best Western highly enough!

Bit of bad luck, lift was broken, Sharon said they would fix it but of course that was just optimistic, anyway after originally saying there were no ground floor rooms she upgraded us to a spa suite, what a star. My wife has a bad knee so using the stairs really was not an option and we didn't want to find another hotel. breakfast was ok, overall a good stay

Although the city threw this hotel a curve ball by shutting off our water without warning, the staff went above and beyond to fix any issues that came up. They were overly kind and amazing!! We will be back! Nice hotel and great breakfast. Breakfast was huge!!! Only negative, wish breakfast hours were a little later during the week. Staff Sandy and Steve are the best of the best!! When I called to inquire about a room I spoke with Sandy. She was very helpful. We were checked in by Alexis. She was very helpful and gave us all the necessary information about the hotel. We have spoken with Alexis several times during our stay and she has always been very friendly.

Stayed for a softball tournament along with the College World Series! Hotel was clean and accommodating to our needs. Across the street is a Cabela's, Top Golf and indoor sky diving place. Close to some shopping and eating choices. SHOUT OUT to the Manager Steve for always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Sandy for taking care of us at the front desk. Sharon for the night shift hospitality and Lashell for making sure our girls were feed and the food was stocked for breakfast! Would totally stay again! Thanks staff for making outlets stay GREAT!!

Good hospitality. Was originally sent to stay for two weeks on business. And ended up staying for 10 weeks. Quite comfortable room. Hotel seem to get very busy on weekends but everything was always well taken care of and kept up. Only thing possible it could've been improved with a bed full breakfast choices set up at 6 AM with breakfast started. Usually breakfast was a set up fully until around seven. Overall though very good experience

We stopped at the hotel around 11pm on a Friday without a reservation. The lady at the front desk was very nice and prompt to get a room for us. The hotel smells good, the breakfast is great, and the bed is comfort. The location is great. It is by the highway and not far from downtown!

Everyone was very professional and helpful. They took care of any problems that arose and handled it well. Lashele, that works in the kitchen, was awesome. She worked very hard keeping the dining area well supplied. Everyone at the desk was very helpful in every way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife and I stayed at the Best western on Memorial Road in OKC about 2 months ago. We come to this area several times a year to visit family, and our usual hotel was not available for all of our days, so we decided to try this one. We found it to be new, clean, and comfortable. We had a few small out-of-the-ordinary requests for the staff, and they helped us in every possible way. Many thank especially to Connie, Sandy, Molly, and Tameka for going out of your way to help make our stay much more comfortable. We will absolutely plan to book this hotel on our next visit.

We stay here every time we visit OKC. It's consistently clean and maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the breakfast selection is really good. Hard to beat the price for the Quail Springs area.

The room was very nice and clean. I didn't hear others walking through the hall nor the people in the next room. The breakfast was great!! Connie, Sandy, and Steve were great! The only issue we had was finding an employee to check us in due to our late arrival. It was a little before midnight when we tried to check in but we weren't able to find anyone. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting, an employee finally surfaced and checked us in. Other than that, we loved it here. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff here deserves an A plus the hotel is very well kept the staff is amazing and very helpful I need a stamp to get my mom her mothers day card mail out to get it to her on time breakfast the front desk lady Sandy heard me mention that I need a stamp she went to Lashele the lady that cooks a mean breakfast and got one the employees here will do anything to insure that you are well taken are of no matter the job thanks ladies I will let my mom know that not only was I worried that she got her card on time you guys were as well..

I was forced to stay in a hotel due to having car trouble. I was am little upset with the my car situation but the stay here made this experience way better the hotel was very wekk kept staff was super friendly Sandy called a cab for me to get the things I needed to stay until my car was repaired to get back on the road. Lashele was very helpful as well she made a very good breakfast not to mention the best hash browns ever. You guys were great!

This place was awesome! Staff was super friendly I needed help with directions Sandy was able to assist me. My family enjoyed the breakfast that was nicely prepared by Lashell. This place deserves a 10. It was super nice and clean and the indoor pool was a plus with it being 86 degrees. Thanks guys!!!!

Stayed here because of the high reviews. The front counter service was great, but the cleanliness and property upkeep was a bit lacking. Bathroom door didn't latch. Shower drain couldn't keep up. Not a disaster, but not worth a four or five star to me.

5/01/2018 After having our credit cards compromised and not able to use them, we were limited to cash on hand only! We searched OKC for several hours looking for a hotel/motel that would allow us to use CASH ONLY. Time after time we were turned down and it was getting close to 11PM and I had to be up at 5AM for a scheduled surgery. Then finally we came across Akii, the night manager on duty at Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites, and explained to him our situation. He was extremely understanding and compassionate about our situation and allowed us to pay for our room with cash and even offered us a medical discount for my scheduled AM surgery. He explained that we would also have to put down a $150 deposit, which we were more than willing to do, and that I would get it back immediately after check out. The room was extremely nice and clean, and the high shower pressure was an added plus! I will definitely be adding Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites of OKC to the top of my list of overnight destinations while in OKC in the future and really appreciate Akii! Akii once again we really appreciate what you did for us!

Again Sharon was a bell ringer. We went to dinner at a little pub within walking distance (and I am walking compromised) but good beer and wine. Combo appetizers were terrific. Service great.It is a smoking bar and neither one of us smoke but worth it. Sharon found out that we didn't have change to go on the tollway and "blew" through two tolls. She gave us the information on how to file a claim with Oklahoma and send them the proper payment and even gave us change and directions to find our new destination. She was kind enough to help us find a best western at our new location.

Last night, I checked in and Sharon was wonderful. She got me in an ADA room since I have a bad leg and can't walk and she asked multiple times if she could help bring my bags or even bring me ice. This morning, Connie took care of breakfast and it was wonderful - everything was hot and fresh even though I was down there at 9AM. And then Steve, the manager stopped by and spoke to everyone... I wound up chatting with him for an hour! Great to see a fellow Veteran, too. This is my first visit to a Best Western - I'll be back if they're all like this!

Very clean and the value was great. I liked the hotel on the northern part of Oklahoma City. Area was safe and close to many things. Even had the option of laundry upstairs 2.00 a load which would have been worth it if we needed it. Kiddo enjoyed playing in hotel. Staff was very friendly. We will be coming back to Oklahoma City for Frontier City. Will be back.

Our stay at this Best Western was unexpected and not reserved. The clerk was able to put us in an excellent room. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel was near restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet was the best I've seen at comparable hotels. Pleased!

Great service from the entire staff....Lashele, Molly, and Sandy were awesome facilities are very nice, great location, amenities are great...our basketball program had a very enjoyable time....nothing negative about our stay....

We arrived at 1100PM and waited over an hour to check in. I was not pleased at all. When we got there it seemed like the front desk person had no idea what he was doing. It made for a very long night to say the least.

We booked our room online. When we got there we found out the pool was temporarily shut down due to an incident the night before. Our son was devastated. Sharon recommended upgrading to a suite with a Jacuzzi. Once we got to the room, there was an incident with the Jacuzzi that honestly turned into a disaster. However.. the staff handled this tremendously well!! Despite water being everywhere, Sharon's first concern was making sure we were OK, and getting us into a new room. Akii was tending to the situation while still making sure we we're comfortable and taken care of. They moved us to a new room and offered to cover the room at no charge. The next morning at breakfast Lashele was very helpful and made our son feel like he was at home. While the night was eventful, I couldn't have asked for any better staff! Always had a smile and a positive attitude. Clean rooms, clean breakfast area, comfortable beds, excellent food and a great staff! What else could you ask for?! We are 13 hours away from home but if we make it back to Oklahoma City we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the King Suite room and it was a very generous size. It had a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. The pool was out of service during our stay due to the ladder suddenly breaking, which was disappointing, be se' la vie. The breakfast servers were AMAZING! The person that I saw the most was Lashele.There was also another server, Tameka (I didn;t see her as much, but maybe she was doing back-end work). Lashelle was bouncing around, greeting every guest and providing personal service to everyone that come for breakfast. One morning, our kids were still asleep as breakfast was nearing a close (breakfast closes at 9AM here) and she not only allowed me to bring breakfast to our room for them (which I was timid about doing as I didn't want to cause a fuss), but she gave me a tray and packed their plates in plastic wrap so that nothing would fall off as I brought it up! She was also very helpful in helping me with my daughter's egg allergy and helping me find foods that are safe for her. Another morning, she looked up information for us about the zoo on her phone so that we wouldn't have to search later. The staff was very friendly and really seemed like they would do anything in their power to make our stay better. Not a lot of laborious rules about what you can and can't ask for like other hotels. Just down-home friendly. I saw the manager regularly at my stay and he always asked how my stay was going each time I came into contact with him. Would definitely stay again. This was my first stay at a Best Western hotel, and I must say I was a little nervous, but I have really enjoyed my stay. It's a little bit of a drive to the main attractions of the city (maybe 10-20 mins), but the hotel was nice and peaceful, and there are lots of things to do around (there's an arcade right next door).

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. We interacted with three front desk staff, housekeeping and the manager and all of them were helpful, friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again!

My son and I stayed two nights over Spring Break. The ammenities were perfect and the two staff we met, Connie and Sandy, were great! We would definitely recommend staying there. Good location too! Right next door to Main Event, restaurants, shopping and Interstate 44.

Hotel is clean. It is a great place for children. Staff was super friendly. Molly was amazing from the time we checked in until we left. Sandy and Tameika were also very accommodating. The hotel was fully booked and they were really busy but took time out to make my family comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I accidentally booked this hotel thinking it was closer to my work location. I'm glad I did. This hotel was so much better than the Best Western in Yukon by far. The hotel staff was very friendly knowledgeable and willing to help out at a moment's notice. I highly recommend this hotel being a Diamond Elite member. I've stayed in a lot of Best Westerns in this is probably one of the best

We were traveling through from MI to AZ and we drove 8 hours that day. The front desk helped us with finding a restaurant, and we got a room with a relaxing jacuzzi. Sharon and Alexis were super friendly and helpful.

We decided to go to Oklahoma City last minute and this best western had a great price for a King Suite which was perfect for us because we took our 1 ½ year old so we need as much room as possible. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. The staff was incredible. And nothing beats a great complimentary breakfast! This best western is in the best location. There is shopping and restaurants all around. Will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night to catch up on sleep. (MN to TX). Sandy checked us in and made sure we had everything and filled us in on the breakfast times. She was very attentive and friendly. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite — it was very clean and very spacious! The bed was comfortable and overall it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. Connie tended to it and made sure things were stocked and that the people enjoying breakfast had what they needed. She was very friendly and patient. Overall our one night stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here. If I'm ever in town again, I will stay here without a doubt! Thank you!

Stayed for 3 nights and the beds were super comfortable so you can expect to sleep well here. Connie and Sandy at the front desk were great! We were greeted with a smile and a friendly "Good morning!" every morning when we came down for breakfast. The staff in general was super nice and accomodating. The gym is a little small but gets the job done.

Check in and out was seamless. Room was clean and comfortable and parking lot was VERY well lit. Steve was engaging and friendly, even cleared our breakfast plates. Connie was running breakfast and was extremely friendly. Lexis checked us out and equally as friendly. Shout out to Tameka. Great overall experience.

We stayed for two nights at this Qual springs location(Memorial Road). The entire trip was perfect. We arrived early, which Steve and Alexis were able to get us in. The room was 211, right behind the elevator. Surprisingly it was the perfect room, quiet! The room was extremely clean, I know because I'm one that travels with Clorox wipes and EOs. The beds were clean, and had perfect pillows! We have long hair so we usually don't get enough shampoo & conditioner, but the bathroom had dispensers! The breakfast was so good! Connie and the other person did fantastic at breakfast! The eggs are real and fresh! Bacon & sausage. I believe that there was buscuts, potatoes all fresh and hot. Of course all the carbohydrates. Connie went out of her way for my daughter, thank you so much! This breakfast was included, NOT extra. The pool is salt water and family friendly, I think 4'. The exercise room had a couple of things to keep you moving, my daughter enjoyed it. So nice to have these on a crazy Oklahoma day. Location is perfect! Within walking of the hotel is a Braums (local beef/dairy farm) with the best fresh hamburgers and ice cream. Also just down the road all the shopping you could ask for from a mall to Target, Sam's, Walmart. Things to do for everyone. .. I fly, entertainment center, churches, so much. The only down side of this hotel would be there's only 1 elevator. It is quick and the maids don't tie it up, like some hotels. If you are concerned just request a ground floor. In the 3 days I never once had an issue. Great parking spaces available, easy access to and from Memorial. Thank you so much Mr Steve for a fantastic stay and all the work you did for us concerning the points situation! I'm very pleased my husband picked this hotel for us! The school was just down off Portland very easy for me to navigate from the hotel. I hope to see y'all next year during honor band season. .take care and blessings

This place deserves a 10!!! Motel was super clean, staff was awesome. Location was perfect. Parking lot is well lit up. Lots of food establishments in the area to choose from. We had a special need and the Manager went above and beyond to meet our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. Breakfast was awesome!! Sausage, bacon, eggs, (cooked 3 different ways!) hash browns, waffles, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, pastries, juices, omg I could still go on. Connie takes great pride in her breakfast and it surely shows. Thank you Connie!!! We will be back. Felt like family staying at the Best Western Plus. Good folks. Thank you all.

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Memorial Inn and Suites! We were greeted by Sandy who was so kind and helpful when we arrived and had booked through a third party that didn't work out. The General Manager takes excellent care of his hotel and his staff. Connie set up a wonderful breakfast and was available if anything was needed. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Oklahoma City!

We stay at this best western from time to time. Always enjoy breakfast and the friendly service. Elsa was very good to take care of us and always greeted us while we were there. My ONLY complaint is this,, we asked for a late checkout at the front desk and was approved and documented by the clerk on duty,, then on our last day there,, room service kept knocking on the door , and knocking on the door. We finally left our room,, WAY before our documented and approved departure time. Very unprofessional on housekeeping's part.

King Bed; stayed 3 days; breakfast was great as well as the service; Connie Quiton did a great job for breakfast! The heated pool facility was relaxing and clean. The location was convenient for travel in the city.

We stay at this hotel a few times a year and it is consistently well run. Clean, well maintained. Employees are all friendly. They clearly feel empowered to do whatever needs to be done to make sure everything is right. Good location and there is a Brahm's within 2 minute walking distance (great ice cream!).

Great place, all staff members were very helpful. Clean property, no crime, great place to stay. Beautiful pool, workout station, and a great breakfast. I recommend this over any hotel in the area, the price is very far I think I should be more beacuse the service is great

Good value on an excellent hot tub suite. My guest and I enjoyed two great nights there and the hot tub was amazing. Lots of food and amenities nearby as well. Had excellent dinners both nights, and enjoyed the hotel breakfast both days.

Great stay at this Best Western. The night employees, Denise and Isiah were absolutely the best! They made me feel at home, and I would definitely stay here again whenever visiting Oklahoma City. It's situated close to the Turnpike/Interstates, and also close to great shopping malls. It was very convenient.

This Best Western hotel was an excellent choice of stopover stay in Oklahoma City enroute westward. The staff were very helpful, professional and the room was spacious, updated decor and all important bed was very comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel for future travel in Oklahoma.

My name is Shannon and I came into town today for a business trip. Yesterday before I was due to leave I called a best Western plus to see if they allow dogs. They told me yes. Unfortunately I called the wrong Best Western Plus and when I arrived, I was told my dog could not stay here. Sharon, the front desk agent on duty went above and beyond to help me fix the problem and get the hotel room moved to the Best Western I had called so that my dog could stay there with me. Sharon was so sweet, nice, and professional. A great employee to have. Thank you so much for all your help. Employees like her are hard to come by these days

We had a delightful stay at the Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites! Denise, Isaiah, Tameika and Sandy were most helpful and shared their delightful personalities with us. They went above and beyond what was required of them.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and fitness room. We were told by other guests that the breakfast was great but we weren't able to try it this visit. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. I did not worry about my vehicle outside because the site was lit up with extremely bright outdoor lighting. I will stay there agin should I go back to do more work in that area.

I had an early morning appointment near this hotel and found this hotel to work perfectly for my needs. My son-in-law went with me to this appointment. We were going to go eat breakfast somewhere near. The breakfast was great! Pleasant surprise!

A very nice hotel, clean and well kept. Quiet rooms and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous and they have a full breakfast buffet. This is a three story hotel with an indoor pool and plenty of parking.

Wonderful visit. Checking in, Sandy and Denise were very welcoming and friendly. They set expectations in explaining the hotel policies, advising the amenities of the hotel and offerings for breakfast. Our room was clean and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with offerings inclusive of but certainly not limited to, make it yourself pancakes or waffles, bacon or sausage, fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, etc! Connie the breakfast attendant was equally as friendly. She keep the breakfast area well stocked and clean. Upon check out, Isaiah at the front desk was awesome! He was very personable, bright eyed and a sense of humor. He was sincere in inquiring how our stay was and listening to our answer. He made us feel as if we stayed at his home.

We had a great time. The staff was very long And courteous. The rooms were nice, clean, and properly placed due to our party having 2 handfuls of young girls. We didn't get any complaints and we really enjoyed the indoor swimming. The best part about our staff would have to be the hot breakfast. The food was fresh and hot and plentiful and they never ran out of anything. We had many choices to choose from and a special thanks to our cooks Mrs. Connie and Mrs Maria, and also Isaiah whom was great front desk attendant. Thank you sy much for the awesome service.

This is my second stay. I have been greeted at the front desk with very friendly staff. I appreciate that fact. The rooms are clean and comfortable, always having a fresh clean aroma. I am a big fan of breakfast, Connie goes above and beyond making a quality breakfast. Not just plain and ordinary. No reason to go to IHOP when staying here.

the Hotel was kinda hard to find due to the highway the service road on eather siad of the high way are one way roads but the room was worth the $102. Large room with king size bed and sitting area.would use this hotel again

We just wanted to let everyone know about how nice it was to be here in Oklahoma City and visiting my brother who is incarcerated. We were impressed with the accommodations and the breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, fruit, oatmeal, and a lot more. We were looking for a hotel just outside the city, and this one worked out perfectly. This is one of the nicest Best Western Hotels that we have stayed at. It is a newer property, and is immaculate inside and out. Isaiah at he front desk checked us in. He is a very friendly person and makes one feel right at home. He explained all the hotel amenities, and recommended a great local place for dinner. The morning breakfast, cooked by Connie, was one of the best on our trip. There were many hot items, and Connie came by the tables to make sure that everything was good. She truly cares about her job and the experience of the guests. Maria made sure all was in order. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast has a good variety and very good quality. Best complimentary breakfast in a hotel. It even serves almond milk. Connie and Maria work very hard to make it delicious and enjoyable. Steve, the manager, was very helpful to give corporate discount. Very professional.

The location of this hotel is a little out of the way, but the area is rapidly being built out and will be a good destination. It's really nice because it is a small property. The staff were very nice overall - even the staff in training.

Excellent stay. Several of us who were attending the conference stayed at this hotel and every person was equally impressed with the hotel and its staff The service was top level. We were assisted with out luggage, local transportation , and other things that came up during our 3 day visit to Oklahoma City. This hotel was the perfect location for our needs in northwest Oklahoma City. I came in August and looked at several hotels in the area and selected this hotel. All of the attendees agreed this was the perfect choice. The hotel receptionist Isirael, the manager Steve, and the dining room manager Connie, all went the extra step to make out stay successful.

I encountered only the most helpful staff...pleasant, friendly, supportive people. The stay was to seek medical help & was, therefore, fairly stressful...the pleasantness of the staff made us feel cared for certainly helped us relax and feel secure. They are great! The breakfast service was delightful. There were about a dozen or more offerings--8 (or more) of which were for hot breakfast! And the staff (named Connie when we were there) in the breakfast area made our day. She was congenial, amiable and cheerful. Breakfast made a great start to the day.

I doubt you can do better than this hotel in this price range. Appears to be newer property. Extremely clean with hot Breakfast, which includes eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. Inside pool and USA today newspaper. Very nice group of employees! Room has fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Not particularly close to downtown but close to zoo. Many places to eat nearby in all price ranges but most not in walking distance.

I just want to say that the hotel and my room were very nice, which made my stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The breakfast was awesome. Connie and Maria were so welcoming and professional. Connie made sure my family of 4and I were more than comfortable, and that we had everything we needed. She even made sure we had enough space to eat together by moving two tables together.The dining area was extremely clean. There were so many options of food. Everything was amazing and delicious. Again I just want to give a special thank you to Connie. Thank you! : )

Access is a bit of a challenge if one wants to avoid the toll road however this is not BW's issue. Everything about the hotel was fine and consistent with our expectations. The beds were not as firm as we like and coffee at breakfast is not very flavourful. No other complaints.

I would like to share my experience from this weekend and give a giant thank you to Connie. The Breakfast at this property was delicious. The variety of food choices and the quality of was amazing. Connie and staff kept the breakfast area exceptionally clean. We loved our room. The employees were incredibly nice and the location of the hotel was very accessible to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The jetted hot tub was a great addition for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Steve Jeffrey the GM was there constantly and was extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming and engaging. Connie and the rest of the staff who supplied and kept the breakfast area so clean, neat, and well-stocked were terrific. And Tameika was always smiling and as wonderfully pleasant and helpful as could be. GREAT folks! Would definitely stay there again and plan to!

Very large parking behind. Limited up front. I drive a larger truck and I was able to park but it was tight. Room was ok. Not bad by any means but not top shelf either. Just a decent place to sleep and swim.

Even though we arrived very late in the evening, we were greeted at the front desk by two very friendly ladies. One, Tameika, went out of her way to help us get settled and direct us to a nearby place to get something to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. (We heard a loud car stereo in the parking lot for about 10 minutes) The next morning at check out, I was again greeted by a cheerful Tameika and another worker, Isaiah. Both made sure we had a good night and asked if there was anything they could do to improve our stay. I was so impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was!! We travel to Oklahoma City frequently and this just became our go-to place to stay.

We stayed in Oklahoma City for two days of sightseeing. I chose this Best Western based on Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast both mornings was adequate and tasty with, again, friendly staff to make sure we were satisfied. It was also nice to have a swimming pool warm enough to enjoy.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and rooms were modern and clean with great shampoo and body wash options. The General Manager Steve stopped by to visit during breakfast and was a pleasant man with such a positive personality and a genuine appreciation for us choosing to stay at his hotel. The breakfast staff was amazing and stopped by our table to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. She was friendly and very professional. I would give this hotel our highest recommendation.

This hotel was located in a great location for our family wedding. Sandy was very helpful and welcoming at the front desk. Check in was easy and fast. Plenty of seating for our big breakfast group. Breakfast had fresh fruit - nice! Loved the shower soap and shampoo in the dispensers - very earth friendly. The king room was spacious so we were able to host our group of family in our room.

We have stayed at this Best Western several times over the past 3 months while in OKC. This hotel has always been very clean, staff has always been great and the hotel is nice. We will continue to stay here on our trips to OKC. Very easy to get to. This hotel is also very affordable. Would give it a 4 star rating.

I recently stayed at this hotel for seven days. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel but also was impressed with the staff. This hotel is located close to many fine restaurants and retail shopping areas. If I'm ever in the Oklahoma City area again I would certainly stay here!

Our room was so romantic and decorated for our first night, according to my husband's request for our wedding night. The whole group at this hotel was in good spirits and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Everyone there was so helpful every time we went there. We plan to stay there on our anniversary as many years as possible, God willing.

The Hotel is Excellent for the Money. The value of what you receive exceeds the Price. They have amazingly hospitable staff & Great Breakfast selections. The dinning room staff & Front desk staff are very caring. The General Manager is always on-site mingling with the Guests to make sure everybody is happy & satisfied with their breakfast & overall stay. The rooms are very clean & comfortable!! If you are in North OKC , I Highly recommend this hotel! YOU WONT BE DISSAPPOINTED!

The rooms were clean minus the tissue I found when I folded down the blanket to climb into bed..besides that, it was good. They offer a breakfast or there are several restaurants within driving distance. Pool is on the smaller side but it's indoors, so that's a plus. The bed was extremely comfortable and it wasn't a noisy hotel.

Great General Manager (Steve) and Staff, all eager to help, from reservations, to directions to late check-out assistance. And for all of us allergic to Dog or cat dander, they only allow true service dogs! Finally, a property where we didn't suffer!

About seven years ago I had a terrible experience at a Best Western facility and a not so pleasant employee. I vowed to Boycott the company and have never used a BW Motel since then. On August 15th my granddaughter and I experienced a vehicle breakdown and had to be towed 139 miles to Kyle Hill Kia. They were kind enough to lend us a vehicle so we could get to a motel. In a driving heavy thunder storm the first facility we came to was Best Western Plus Memorial Inn. Against my better judgement,it was necessary to stop there. My opinion of Best Western has changed completely. Tameika Downing totally reversed my feelings about Best Western. She is old enough to be my daughter and if she were, I'd be very proud of her. We were here for a medical appointment. It was a little expensive, but the breakfast is extensive and the staff is great! When we mentioned we might be back the next week for another medical appointment, they encouraged me to call so we could have a medical discount.

Manager was wonderful and it was a great stay! Close to all shopping! Quail Springs mall super close and Penn Square and Outlet mall not far away. Came on shopping trip with girls and it was perfect! Thank you!

Our basketball team stayed at the Best Western while participating in a tournament. The location was great, including access to a nearby Walmart and Sam's, and ready access to the freeway. The staff was wonderful -- Steve, Tamieka, and Gary were absolutely the best. I left some luggage at the hotel and Tamieka called us only 15 minutes after we left. They were professional and personable...

The property was clean and oh so comfy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Made a stressful trip to visit my sister in the hospital much better. The bed and pillows were wonderful and everything was nice and clean.

I have stayed there several times. The staff is extremely friendly and always attentive to my needs. Highly recommended. The rooms are always clean, there breakfast is better than most hotels, and there level of customer service exceeds ones expectations

My wife and I drove up from DFW to meet a Gold Star Mom who is riding her bike from San Diego to New York in honor of her son and other fallen Soldiers. After riding with her for 50 miles Travis from the Hotel called to check on us. He held the room open for us till we could get back and take a shower, as we had to leave. The Gold Star Mom and her support staff decided to drive back and stay another night at the Hotel in that felt so welcomed. Great beds and cold rooms a plus as well.

The motel may have been fine but despite my complaining to Best Western this motel charged me twice for the one night. They were hopeless to deal with... Charging a card nearly 2 MONTHS after the night is pretty unethical, dishonest or incompetent. It brings the whole trust which travelers put in motel chains holding their card details into doubt. I will not deal with this particular Best Western again.

We were pleased with our experience at the Best Western in NW OKC on Memorial Road. We were traveling with our grandsons, and the staff was patient and accommodating with our requests. The location next to the turnpike made it easy to travel to Edmond and Norman, plus the access to nearby restaurants was perfect. I would stay again and highly recommend it!

Great place to stay! Travis was very helpful upon check in and out, all the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast in the morning. I will defitnely will be back.

From staff to Management this was a very good stay. You can tell when employees are managed by a good manager. It makes a big difference when the Manager has a good crew to manage. As usual the sausage patties were tough around the edges lol. Happens EVERY WHERE

Great stay in the hotel, good wifi connection and breakfast. Best part of hotel staff especially manager Steve, Travis and Lady staff with name starting M. Sorry forgot her name. I was with an infant and they treated us really great. Especially Travis was 10/10. You rock man.

Checked in at 12 am and the desk worker was fast and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was yummy! We will be staying here again on future trips to the metro.

We had a great room. The staff were so helpful in many ways. It was our first trip to Oklahoma City. The breakfast choices were great- coffee all times of the day. The rate was perfect. It was convenient for our destination and lots of restaurants close by. Especially Brahms for Ice cream or a salad. Hats of to Stephen the manager and Jerry for their hospitality!

My son and I stayed here for two nights on a cross-country trip last week. The hotel is fine, the bathroom looks a bit older, but the room and bathroom were clean (and I'm someone who always inspects when I first get into a room). The staff was delightful! The young woman who checked us in was very personable, and recommended food options for us in the area. When we got back from dinner, she remembered when we had said we were going and asked us about our meal. I wish I could remember her name, because we really liked her.

Nice clean hotel, easy on to the freeway. Lots of restaurants, shopping, movies, etc. all around. Nice staff. Room was comfortable, air conditioning worked great. Nice breakfast. Nice lobby. Recommend to anyone coming to the Ok City area.

Really appreciate Travis's help. Couldn't get a good WiFi signal in my room & he helped me move to a different room -- not only got me a different room, but actually helped me move my stuff! The breakfast was good and plentiful, room was clean & pleasant.

When you have a comfortable room at a reasonable price, there's not much more to add - except maybe the courtesy and professionalism of each staff member encountered. The location was perfect for the two events we attended in a very nice part of town.

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool water was cold but might have just been filled. The woman who greeted us when we arrived called the room to make sure we were happy with the rooms.

The hotel met our needs for the night. I had asked for a handicap accessible room and it was exactly what I asked for. The bathroom met our needs for the time we were there. The room was large and spacious.

We were very happy here it was Quite clean and the people that work there were really nice also ways there to help you to say HI or By to ask if they could help you in any way at all. Took time to talk to you. The food was good, rooms were great, the pool was a little could but we would go back there again for sure. There were lost of eating places, the movie and mall just up the road it was easy to get to everything we done across town. We love being with you.

This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed here several times in the past few years and have no complaints about the rooms or the staff. Sometimes the parking lot can be full but there is an area behind the hotel that was available.

I haven't ever stayed @ a BW before, but if I'm looking for a hotel in the future I will be sure to look them up again!! The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, & the breakfast was delicious!! Loved the staff! Everyone had a smile on their face & was quick to help us with anything we needed. I wasn't expecting much. I didn't know there was a Plus Bestwestern but I see why it is a plus. Room was clean! That is most important for me. Bed was comfy. Room was roomy! The pleasant girl who check us in was chatty and recommended some local places while chatting. We were given a room across from the pool which was perfect for my toddler. For the price you can't beat this place & still so convenient to everywhere.
