    « A perfectly pleasant well kept property »

    About a 10 minute drive in to the heart of tourist attractions I found this hotel excellent. The location just off the interstate is perfect. The rooms are well appointed,spotless,and large. The staff that I had contact with were all top notch and helpful. The breakfast is better than average. The only reason I can't rate it better is the location, the area offers almost no restaurants or any other services. Best just use it to sleep

    As stated in the title, this was a perfectly fine hotel for what we were using it for - an inexpensive crash pad on a "guys weekend" The pros: Cheap, Clean, Updated and close to transit Cons: Far from Downtown/Music Row...far from a lot of things, actually. The employees were very nice and very accommodating.

    « One Night Stay In Nashville, TN! »

    On a business & leisure road trip and our first stop was in Nashville. Booked this room about a month before the trip and got a great deal. The hotel and room was pretty nice and updated with a new decor style. Beds were decent and room was clean. The breakfast was a hot breakfast and it was good. I needed to store some equipment with the manager and they graciously complied which was a relief personally. Overall our stay was good and restful.

    « Don't waste your money! »

    We stayed in two different rooms during our stay at the hotel. Both bathrooms smelled like sewer. The two elevators we used during our stay, had a strong smell of sulfur. The hotel hallways breakfast microwave and counter were dirty. 50% chance that the front desk will answer the phone when you call from your room or when you call from another location. The cleaning staff is constantly on their cell phones (may explain why the hotel is dirty) Maybe the hotel manager should consider spending the whole night at the hotel (without the hotel staff knowing) This may enable the manager to experience what we experienced during our stay at the hotel. Without a more hands on management team, this hotel will not be able to demand the money the hotel dose now.

    « Not A Great Place »

    This hotel is located in an area on a bus route to Nashville. We were informed on check in that parking in Nashville was very expensive and given a Uber contact by the receptionist - reality is that parking is not as expensive as a bus or Uber fare. Room was fine, hallways were dirty and were not cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. Some room items were not replaced daily. The breakfast area was not big enough for the number of guests. We were standing around for some time waiting for others to finish so we could sit down. Then we had a power failure in one half of the room. It was obviously a trip short on the fuse box but no, it took almost 2 hours to resolve - no TV, fridge or power in most of the room. We needed change to use the washing machine/dryer - didn't have enough change so we had to cross the road and get our own. Service was average. A couple of staff were very friendly - the rest, including the front desk didn't really care. Okay but beware.

    « Breakfast is worth it »

    I chose this hotel because it was sort of close to my conference at Music City Center. The price was much lower than other hotels that we closer. This was a very well decorated hotel for area. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was way better than I anticipated.

    « DON'T DO IT! Terrible neighborhood, remodeled hotel »

    IN Late October 2016, My colleague and I checked into this hotel. The young lady behind the desk was courteous and helpful, and the newly remodeled rooms looked nice. We put our belongings in the room and immediately proceeded to go to our dinner reservation. On our way out of the parking lot, there were 2 hookers on the corner (I have a picture) trying to solicit business. That really made us very uneasy. We proceeded to dinner as it had been a long day traveling and we had a reservation. After dinner, we immediately called the Best Western reservation line and wanted to cancel our reservation because we did not feel safe being in a place where there are hookers soliciting business. We were told that we had to work that out with the local hotel since we had checked in (although it was less than a couple of hours after check in). We drove back to Best Western, and as we were pulling in to the parking lot it appeared that there was a drug deal going on between two people, there was a semi parked where the hookers were previously stationed (possibly enjoying the services of the 2 women), and a police car pulled over about a 1/4 mile down the road. That was the final determination that it WAS NOT SAFE for us to stay there. I immediately told the young lady at the front desk what had occurred and that we were checking out immediately, and that I expected a full refund. She informed me that she had texted the manager all of the details of what had occurred and that the manager would call me the following day. However, I did not receive a phone call from the manager the following day, and/or an email confirmation that my money had been refunded to me. I called the hotel back and a young man gave me an email address to the manager (which was a gmail account email-wierd). I emailed him and this was his response: "Thank you so much for letting me know your concerns. We strive very hard to make sure we make everyone feel comfortable when visiting our city. Unfortunately we cant control the out side parameters of out hotel. If it something that was taken place on our property we can certainly call the police and make a report. At this time I will not be able to refund any monies to this matter. Thank you again for your concern and patronage." I had to call MY CREDIT CARD company in order to dispute the charge for our belongings being in a room for 1.5-2 hours. It was insane. Like I said, the hotel has been remodeled on the inside, but the neighborhood is BAD. I would NEVER stay in the part of Nashville again!

    It was clean, very accommodating, nice, Breakfast was great. The heat wasn't working they came to the room and fixed it immediately. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Compared to some of the other Best Western I have stayed at it exceeds.

    The folks at the front desk weren't all that helpful. When we originally booked they didn't have a king room so they put us in a double queen. We decided to stay a second night and they wanted to charge us more to stay in the double queen since they now had king rooms available. Booking another night was quite the process, probably should have went elsewhere....

    Looking for a nice, clean room for a quick shopping trip to Nashville without the Nashville price! Found it! Lobby very nice, large space for breakfast. Room updated nicely and very clean and comfortable! Very quiet no problems at all. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

    Close to downtown so uber was a great option because it was cheaper than paying parking. There is so little parking in the downtown core and using uber wasn't anymore than about 9 dollars from the Best Western Sunrise on Murfreesboro Pike. Free breakfast in the morning but it was just ok. The coffee was good and the waffle iron to make your own waffles was pretty good. Not much to say about the eggs though. Rooms were clean and overall it was good value for your stay. Carter at the front desk was awesome. He was professional and knowledgeable about Nashville and downtown. My husband and I took his recommendations for both nights in where to eat and where to get some really great live music and he scored big time !!! The level of talent in Nashville is incredible. The neon lights, people and music made for a wonderful getaway and I thoroughly recommend it to couples, singles or a friends getaway. Terrific want to do it again and again!!! Don't forget to do a backstage tour to the Grand Ole Opry. That was pretty interesting and fun to see the dressing rooms and green room where it all takes place before a show. Awesome !!

    This is a very nice newly reburbished hotel, clean, good staff, good breakfast,and nice rooms. The area the hotel is in isn't the prettiest but its not a problem. It is very close to the airport and right off the highway. We would stay here again.

    We loved the hotel. It was clean, nice, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was that it was in a rather run-down part of town but that didn't effect our stay in any way. Plus, the continental breakfast had a waffle maker which my husband was very excited about. ??

    « Beware of FRAUD! »

    Recently stayed here for one night following a local concert. Hallways and rooms reeked of stale cigarettes. Considering we were only staying in the room just to sleep, I could deal with it. Started on my way home and realized I left a pair of $15 shoes in the hotel. Called back and said they found them and would ship them to me. The lady at the front desk said that postage would be charged to my card. And that was it. Received my shoes and noticed the charge was $7.15 on the postage stamp. Looked into my account and $27.15 had been charged. Called the hotel multiple times trying to reach a manager, finally get through and he THEN informs me they charge a $20 service fee to ship anything to the customer that was left. Explained to him that I would have said to keep the shoes had I known that service charge was in their "policy". Which was not told to me or cannot be viewed by the public online. Called corporate and she tried to reach the hotel manager, David, and he again refused to refund the $20. This is an unfortunate scam for them to make extra money from customers. Please beware!

    This Best Western was modern and clean. Great location and very affordable. Nice breakfast every day. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. We had family staying in the Holiday Inn Express across the road so we were able to see their room too and I liked our room better. The internet worked well and good selection of channels.

    A group of friends stayed at this hotel for a weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, the continental was good, the rooms were clean and overall we were satisfied with the experience. We did have a problem in the room late Friday night, but it was corrected effectively and efficiently. Kudos to Shane for his help, he went above and beyond the call of duty.

    The room was one of the cleanest we have been in and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the pumpkin waffles. The location is out of the downtown area, but we took the bus a few times, much cheaper than a $20 cab fare for four people. The bus was fine in the morning, but felt a little uncomfortable at night. Loved the hotel, shame they don't have shuttle to Broadway.

    Very nice hotel to stay in during our stay in Nashville. We stayed at the Hyatt Downtown for the first six days and were close to all the Museums and Broadway street. The last 3 days we stayed at the Best Western. The cost for 3 nights equalled the cost of one night at the Hyatt. The only downfall was that you have to either rent a car or take Uber if you are staying at the Best Western. It is about a 10 minute ride to downtown. Uber is probably your best bet because parking is very expensive downtown. There was only one place to eat "a Waffle Place" across the street so you would want to travel to go out to eat.

    « Good following late flight arrival in Nashville. »

    Good location, clean room. Felt safe, although the back of the parking lot could use better lighting at night. The pleasant man who checked us in basically understood English, but didn't speak it. When I asked where the elevator was, he shook his head and pointed to a dirty stairwell to the second floor. The staff throw the linens over the railing in the morning into a waiting cart. Really? Breakfast was good with plenty of choices for both hot and cold food.

    We had a great stay! This was a 3 day get away for me and my husband. It was located just a short Uber ride away from downtown. The room was very clean, the staff were always helpful, and they had a nice breakfast! If you want to be in a more quiet area, but close enough to all the action, then this is the place you want to stay!

    We stayed here for 3 nights while we had fun in the Nashville area. It was a clean and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Nashville area.

    Room was at back of hotel and not far from reception. Staff were amenable but could have smiled?The only drawback with the room was that a Truck parked in the carpark beyond and had its motor running all night.

    when it comes on to hotels that i stay at i am very picky, this hotel was beyond my expectation, I was very impressed with this hotel, the staff was amazing, the lobby was immaculate, the rooms was amazing, the beds reminds me of a Marriott, the breakfast was good, I will definitely stay there again.

    « WE found a great hotel in Best Western Plus »

    While traveling from Michigan to New Orleans, I looked up Best Western Plus as a possibility to stay for a night near Bessemer, AL. We were so impressed with this hotel that we decided to book 2 nights outside of Nashville on our return trip. The staff are very caring and welcoming. Lots of smiles and greetings from everyone on the staff. Breakfast was good and hot, with many selections. Great deal!

    This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate, which is great. Most Uber rides were around $10 to get to downtown. Overall was satisfied with my stay except for the smell in the bathroom, which I did not tell the staff about due to the fact they had no vacancy's and could not have moved me to another room.

    The location of this hotel was very convenient. Minutes away from downtown and anything else you may want to see. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The AC unit made some noise and we weren't able to use it at night. But other than thay my husband and I had no complaints. It was also nice to have a free breakfast.

    First walked in to the hotel room's bathroom and discovered about 15 or so long dark hairs on the floor, obviously the floor was not cleaned. Ice maker on third floor broken. New wash cloth had a red spot on it, not making assumptions as to what it was but it was the color of blood. Left a cup of soda on the top of the tv/fridge center and woke up to ants all over it and they were coming in from the front door/hall. Told the front desk and was told someone would be up to spray. As we were leaving for the day saw the room cleaning lady and told her and also the maintenance man and they said they would take care of it. Came back later that evening and the ants were still there. Breakfast was not something to get excited over. Not a place I would recommend.

    « Easy to Downtown, Nice Best Western »

    If you have stayed in a BW before, this one is pretty standard. Room was clean and you get a free breakfast. The staff was nice at both checkin and check out. The pool looked very nice however, we didn't go out during our stay. It was convenient to get to downtown, just a few miles down the road (and essentially only 1 turn to the Bridgestone Arena).

    We had the best time!! The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. We had clean towels and sheets everyday. It was tranquil. We are a Hispanic family and we loved that a Mexican ice cream shop was attached to the hotel and that there were Mexican stores and restaurants right down the street. The breakfast was good. I'm sure there are those that will nickpic things, but it was a busy hotel. And we didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Nashville.

    My family and I stayed here on the way back from Gatlinburg. It was close to the Parthenon and The Grand Ole Opry. We loved the decor and the atmosphere of the hotel's interior. The entire staff was very friendly and the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed at this hotel for 6 days.We enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning, so many choices a different breakfast can be made every day. My only issue is that it is over at 9, a little later time to end would be nice. It does not have a lot of restaurants in walking distance so you do have to drive. We took the city bus (which stops right in front of the hotel) and it cost us $1.70 per person, this bus gets you mid town and then you catch a free bus that takes you where you want to continue down town. We were dropped off right in front of the Country Music Hall of Fame. We then walked to Broadway (Music Row) and then caught a free bus back to the city bus that brought us back to hotel for another $1.70 Great deal as it costs about $20. a day to park down town

    The location of this hotel may turn some people off. It is not in a great looking location but we felt very safe. The hotel was very new looking. The lobby was tastefully done. Our room was more than we could have expected. The furniture and bath facilities looked brand new and well kept. The bathroom was lovely. The bedding was comfortable and new. The breakfast was more than some places offer for their complimentary breakfasts. The staff was nice, helpful and efficient. The location is a short drive, cab ride or Uber to downtown. It is very close to the interstate roads. I would definitely stay here again! The parking is FREE!

    We would stay there again sums it up first of all. We stayed three nights. Everyone we met from the manager on down was cordial. The place was clean and comfortable.The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles along with the usual "continental breakfast" items. After the first night we noticed a slight odor in the bathroom that I relate to sewer gases. When I reported it to the front desk they gave us another room without us having to ask. Sara was overseeing the breakfast area and refused a tip when we offered. She said it was against BW policy. The building is about a year old we were told. We used Lyft to get around. This was a first for us and really worked out well.

    We are only staying one night and didn't want to spend too much on a room, this hotel met our basic needs - clean, comfortable and only a short drive (8 mins) to the city. Wifi worked well and fast. Front desk staff were very friendly. Not much for complimentary breakfast but I did like the raisin toast.

    If you are a traveller which relys on internet access, you'll want tot find another place. It's not reliable, trust me. Clean hotel, close to major roads and easy to get downtown from this hotel. Friendly staff, empty calorie breakfast.

    Great value! This is how a hotel should be run. Excellent front desk staff. Nice free breakfast. Exceptionally clean, comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the pool area too! I will definitely be staying here again. Only suggestion would be to have a larger sign by the road.

    Hotel was clean and tidy and reasonably new. It met our needs, it was close to Broadway costing $8-10 with uber to get there. Breakfast was good. Carter on front desk is an asset to Best Western very helpful and welcoming. For our stay of 4 nights the pool was out of action, this was disappointing as reason booked here and a pretty hot week. Overall worked well for us for our visit.

    Location is not great but hotel is very nice. It is obvious that the hotel has had a recent renovation. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was pretty good. We used Uber to go downtown and the cost was between $7 and $9.

    « OK NEW hotel $20 CAB RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT »

    This place is new and well-appointed. Definitely 2.5-3 stars (max). Check-in process was quick and uneventful. bathrooms are update, beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean enough. Far from airport with no shuttle. Breakfast had a wide variety. Coffee was good. Overall good enough.

    In town for yearly "Girls Weekend" trip. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Carter. He went above and beyond, offering excellent dinner suggestions, helping secure a late checkout, as well as offering to get extra blankets as my friend and I noticed we had accidentally left out behind. Housekeeping was great! Each morning we passed them in the hallways, all had a smile and warmly offered a "hello". Room was nice and clean. All in all we both greatly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning next spring.

    We were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel is. It's very up-to-date and clean. The staff clearly are diligent and the hotel is properly managed. We stayed three nights and our room was serviced well the entire time. Rooms are spacious and decorated tastefully. The breakfast/lobby area are bright and again, very clean! Parking is free and we took Uber to get downtown which was about $8. Skip the expensive downtown hotels and expensive parking and stay here. So glad we did.

    I always clean the room upon check in and I was very glad that I did.' it needed cleaning. I ironed on my first morning before I left but did not have time to put up the ironing board before leaving for work. Although I left a tip for housekeeping, I guess the person who "cleaned" the room did not have time to put it up either because it was exactly where I left it. The person made the bed and replaced the towels. That was it. My sheets were not changed during my stay which was 5 days. The counters were never wiped down and I know this because a little makeup spilled one morning and the spill was there waiting for me to clean that evening after work. One day she did wipe down the night stand because it had a dirty water/defecation smell and I cleaned the room with bleach and Lysol. Someone promised that they would honor the Booking.com rate if I decided to extend my stay, he lied. And I was double billed for my room only to be told they do not see it so try to call the manager between 8am-1pm. This hotel sucks!! The bed was comfortable.

    « Handy location »

    We spent a night there while passing through, and were quite satisfied. Very easy access to the highway. Quick access to downtown (Broadway) - cab is $15 and Uber $10. The front desk personnel were very willing to help, and offered us a number of good suggestions about how to spend our evening there. I had bicycles tied to a rack on the car and was concerned about them, but on being assured by them that they never had trouble in their car park, I stopped worrying and left them on the car. The room was a moderate size, clean, with comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was well stocked and the breakfast room and lobby a reasonable size with comfortable chairs and tables. We will happily return.

    I am extremely happy about my stay and the great customer service I received. The hotel is beautiful I will definitely recommend this to friends. The breakfast was great with so many additions to the normal biscuits gravy and eggs. The modern decor and the beautiful tile work sets a tone that is carried throughout the hotel.

    This was a leisurely trip. Hotel is very nice and is close to downtown. We used an Uber to get downtown and it was a great value. The hotel breakfast area is great and had lots to offer. We took advantage of the pool, which was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. A great value

    « Front desk staff makes all the difference »

    Our stay here had a few hiccups but the front desk staff handled all problems professionally and quickly; Allison was the best. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and up to date. The pool was fantastic and a welcome surprise as it was heated. When we inquired about places to eat Allison recommended several places and even gave flyers to ones that deliver. The included breakfast was very nice; the waffles where great. I would definitely recommend this hotel when passing through Nashville.

    Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel, and friendly staff. Only stayed 1 night, but would highly reccomend! Stayed at another nearby hotel chain another time and there was no comparison! Other was roach infested and a higher nightly rate!

    Came in after a long drive, was quoted $149 but they didn't have a roll-away so received an additional discount. Room was recently renovated, beds were comfortable and carpet was new. Some of the upgrades were done haphazardly especially in the bathroom. Didn't receive the additional blankets that were requested a few times. Took an Uber to downtown Nashville as recommended by BW staff which by far was the best way to go. Breakfast was average, it included eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuits.

    The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The room are excellent. The hot breakfast is very good. You have eggs, ham. waffle and fruit everything you expected. You are only 10 minutes away from the downtown area without taken the highway to get there. 15 minutes away from a buffet Golden Corral. If you rented a Car to use Use AAdvantage Car rental they are the best. Across the street s a Shop Mart and next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel. The staff is nice you have a Mr. Cater on Staff who are very helpful. The Manager is very nice also.

    Carter is the best. Everything eatery he suggested was right on! Thank you. The hotel itself was clean and all staff was courteous and helpful. Would recommend highly. About fifteen minutes from center city Nashville but easy to get there.

    Have stayed at Best Western Plus Hotels for many years and this is the first time that I have had bad experiences in the quality. This hotel was remodeled about one year ago and there were several items that did not work--entry light in room, wall plugs not working. Exposed trash barrels in breakfast area that were brim full--causing odor in eating area etc.etc. Would not recommend this hotel.

    Never been to Nashville and after much review reading, decided to stay here. It was either recently renovated or new.. the decor was very modern. Rooms were very clean and the lobby always smelled like they just cleaned it. Very comforting. Location was excellent, right across from Interstate entrance/exit. Not even 5 mins to downtown, 7-8 minutes to Opryland area and 7-8 minutes to the airport. Dollar stores etc..... were right the street for last minute items. While the immediate area was not what I would consider a "resort" area, we did not feel unsafe. The outdoor pool area/gazebo was very nice and well maintained and totally internal to the hotel building. Breakfast was very good.. eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, fruits and coffee/juices etc.. Only complaint there was that breakfast was 6-9am. Wish it was later. The rates were very good for the value we received so we'd definitely go back again. There were some minor issues that the staff accommodated very quickly. The entire staff was great.

    Overall this hotel met our needs and I would stay there again. One of the electrical outlets in our room did not work, as well as the hallway light did not work. They were not able to repair it during our stay, however they did give us a substantial discount which I liked. The negatives included, leak in the hallway near the lobby, no soap holder in the shower,very hot elevator and hallways and, a strip club is literally two doors down the road(but I did feel safe). The positives..not too far from downtown,.the bed was very comfortable, the a/c in the room worked, the shower was good ,there was always hot water, ice machine worked well, the breakfast was fairly good and well stocked(included waffles, fruit, eggs,bacon,sausage, biscuits,gravy, breads, oatmeal,yogurt), the coffee was great! The lady working the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful. Carter, at the front desk was also very helpful and tried to make us comfortable. They also have breakfast "to go " bags.

    « Clean place, ridiculously humid! »

    My overall experience at the Best Western Plus was okay. The hotel was lobby was clean and appeared as the pictures online but as soon as I got to the third floor, it was SO HUMID. Like unbearably humid. I thought maybe it wouldn't be as bad once the room cooled off, but even at 67 degrees it was humid. The bed sheets were sticky, the nightstand and tv stand were wet from the humidity. It. was. so. humid. Overall the room was nice and very clean. I wasn't dissatisfied by my stay at all, but I probably wouldn't ever go back because of how disgustingly humid it was. Breakfast was decent. I got down 30 minutes before it ended and there was plenty of food, it was just slightly messy. Nice hotel if you don't mind humidity.

    It has been years since I have stayed at a Best Western, due to some bad experiences in the past. I have selected this one due to close approximate location to downtown Nashville. The overall experience reaffirmed why I don't stay at Best Western anymore and stay at other hotels. This was an older hotel and it showed. There was a leak in the middle of the hallway near the breakfast area that was like that for the two days that I was there. My room when I entered had nail clippings on the floor, water in the ice bucket and the phone didn't work. We had to go back down stairs and was lucky that they had an extra room to move to. The desk person when we arrived did not look happy and never saw her smile. I would not stay at this location in the future.

    « Newer hotel, cheaply built, overpriced »

    The Best Western Sunrise is a newer hotel- I was told my staff 1 year old. We arrived on a 90 degree Tennessee day to find no AC in the elevator and barely any AC in the hallways. There is only central air in the lobby. The hallways were unbearably hot- window type units at both ends of a long hall, and the laundry room had no AC at all. Through the course of the stay the hallways and elevators did cool off some. The hotel is extremely cheaply built. We had numerous rooms- upwards of 15 for our group. It seems like all the toilet seats were loose- I tightened ours to make it useable- there are no soap dishes in the showers, and one family even had no handle on their shower, they were instructed to use the vice grips that had been placed on the shower to turn it on and off. The vice grips by this time were rusty and had obviously been on there awhile. They did received $50 per night off their bill however. Our 4 night stay totaled over $700, which I thought was very pricey considering the area. There were numerous events in Nashville and the hotel obviously took advantage of the demand. The rooms were rather small- not nearly the size of other hotel chains. There was free wi-fi, although it sure didn't seem like high speed as it kept cutting out or restarting. There were some positives also- the hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to both the airport and downtown. While there isn't much in the immediate area- 2 gas stations, a Waffle House, a Pizza Hut and a Texas Roadhouse, the area, although a bit run down seems to be on the upswing. There is lots of parking and the hotel seemed secure. The free breakfast was above average with eggs, sausage or bacon and biscuits and gravy. There was also fruit, bagels, and the usual hotel fare. Large refrigerators and microwaves were, I believe in all rooms. The large refrigerator was a definite plus on a 4 day stay. The pool- outdoor and the gazebo seemed nice and people seemed to enjoy them. The hotel stay would have been a complete let down if not for two of the staff members. The gentleman that seemed to always take care of breakfast was very polite and on top of things. He made breakfast seem more of a restaurant meal than a simple complimentary breakfast. He was constantly moving and offering to take plates and making sure things were good with the customers. Carter- a younger front desk employee deserves a raise! If we wanted to know anything about Nashville Carter knew it. He directed us to great restaurants and was full of all kinds of information and directions. He never steered us wrong and was very pleasant and willing to share his knowledge of all things Nashville. He made the stay and at least our meals out enjoyable and worthwhile! For the price we paid I believe there were probably other options available that offered slightly better accommodations.

    I had forgotten about the time difference traveling from Atlanta so we arrived an hour early from the usual check in time. They were so nice and it was no problem and no wait. Our room was ready. It was clean, cool and nicely done. The breakfast the next morning was great. The only issues I had was there were not enough restaurants in the direct vicinity. It was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend for business and family travel.

    Stayed here one night on vacation. Leak and odor in main lobby and hallway. Had to cart our luggage around buckets. Humidity in room was out of control - we were cold and damp. Housekeeper entered room to begin taking it apart while I was in bathroom prior to us checking out. Staff was extremely rude. Breakfast was not ready on time.

    We weren't sure where to stay that was close to downtown and yet within our budget and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The hotel looks to have been recently remodeled and was very clean. They willingly filled our request for a pool view room when we checked in. Even though the evening we wanted to use the pool it started lightening as soon as we got in, it had a nice pool and surrounding area and was surprisingly warm. There was only 1 bath towel in our room when we checked in but extra towels were brought up promptly. The front desk was helpful in suggesting restaurants and for all day downtown parking availability. We used their advice and parked for $10 all day and we were able to walk everywhere and take in the entertainment downtown. It was an easy drive the 3 miles or so back to the hotel at night on side roads. They had also recommended that we use Uber if we wanted and would even have called them for us. The continental breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of food. The wifi was free but was a little spotty. Our air conditioner was a little noisy but ear plugs took care of that problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is fairly new and is clean and fairly well kept. The manager seems to take pride in his place and tries hard to accommodate travellers. There was some confusion with my booking and he helped me out. Breakfast was an average complimentary breakfast but I understand that they are working with a budget. The only negative was the neighbourhood...not the nicest area and I didn't feel safe walking alone. Also not many descent restraints close by...pretty much need a car.

    This hotel was so nice. The front desk girl was very helpful and knew almost every restaurant in the city. She was also very sweet to my daughter where most hotel staff are mean to her. The breakfast was good and the business center came in handy when my laptop died. The pool was so nice. Very clean and very comfy chairs.

    My Husband and I always try to find a Best Western on our travels. We travel to Texas at least once a year and sometimes twice. We try make sure we will be staying at a town that has a Best Western close by. Sometimes this is not possible. We love the service and the especially the BEDS.

    « Great place to stay when in Nashville »

    We were there as tourists,I have always stayed right in the center of Nashville, this hotel is about a ten minute drive from Broadway and all things touristy. It was a great hotel, the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were all wonderful from Carter who went out of his way to help us on reception, the lady supplying breakfast who worked so hard to ensure we had a great food from a well stocked buffet, to the cleaning and maintenance staff who all smiled and said hello making this a fun time. We parked our car and took an Uber cab in and out of the city which at around $8 a trip was less than we would have paid parking. This is a family friendly hotel with a lovely pool and I will definitely stay there again.

    The hotel was a really nice clean hotel. The elevators had some sort of stench however at least it was just in there. The neighborhood was a bit shady, however most of Nashville is. The pool was warm and clean and rooms were comfy and quiet. Only complaint I have which is not too big of a deal was breakfast is only til 9am. Would be good to have til 10 especially on weekends! Short ride to downtown. 5.50 for uber! Will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we visit Nashville!

    I stayed here for three nights while in the USA with work. I'd read mixed reviews before arriving and can say straight away - ignore the awful ones. This hotel isn't a luxury hotel. However, the rooms are clean, the beds were comfy and the coffee was free all day. If you want something up market go to the Hilton. If you want something that is 10mins drive from the city and will provide enough comfort and space for your short stay - then go here. Breakfast was ok. Hot and cold options available but not huge choice. It was all good though so I was happy. Nothing about this place blew me away but it certainly didn't upset me at any point.

    This is a very good choice when staying in Nashville. Very close to downtown. Rooms are very new and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Pool area great. Laundry great and gym also great. Would definitely stay here again. Was not overpriced especially since the CMA Festival week was on also.

    Used a coupon from a rest area magazine so it made the price really enticing. Would have stayed without the discount. Looks new from outside Inside looks almost new. Renovated nicely. Our room was clean and bed was perfect. Hall could have been swept better but we got there in the evening so it may have been cleaner early in the day. Wasn't terrible. Breakfast was good. Plenty of variety and room in breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

    I believe the hotel was recently renovated. The rooms look brand new and were the MOST comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. The full breakfast was great and had a wide assortment of options. My only three complaints is the low-quality of the Wifi, the A/C seemed like it only had two options (hot as hell or meat locker), and there was no fan in the bathroom. Beyond that, staff was great especially Carter at the front desk. I'd return to this location just to deal with him again! I highly recommend this hotel. It's super close to downtown as well as the city's popular attractions.

    This hotel is not a new hotel but a gutted older hotel advertised as new. For example, they say that the hotel is 9 months old but yet all of the shower fixtures were broken and falling off. The carpet had holes in it and the towel rack was about ready to fall off. Also, all of the doors were not cut correctly and have at least a 1 inch gap underneath. The doors all slam very hard which makes it impossible to sleep. The walls are also paper thin and you can very easily hear conversations in the adjoining rooms. I should also comment on the free wifi as well. During the entire stay the internet was completely worthless and I had to use my cell phone data connection if I needed to connect to the internet. The area the hotel is located is also tired and rundown. I am on the road often and stay in a hotel 28-35 nights a year and this i by far the worst Best Western I have stayed in. Not recommended!

    My guy friend and I traveled to Nashville for a friend's weekend. We arrived at the hotel and our room wasn't clean so we had to wait in the lobby. When we got to our room, at first glance it was fine, but there were black specks in the toilet and a hair on the toilet seat. I clean houses part time so I know what to look for when stuff wasn't cleaned properly. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped in the bathroom because there was a large ball of hair underneath the sink in the floor. Disgusted, I lined the toilet with toilet paper every time I used the restroom. When we went to leave the hotel room, we walked to the elevator and heard *AHEM* very loud "noises". The moral of this review is: don't bring your friend of the opposite sex because hearing loud love noises is awkward, don't bring your kids to hear that either, and it was pretty dirty.

    This hotel was located a short distance from downtown Nashville if you are driving it won't be an issue. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was large and well appointed including a fridge and microwave. The included breakfast was the usual fare and the staff were very nice.

    Rooms were clean and well appointed. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The hotel offers a very good full breakfast from 6-9 am. The hotel itself is not located in a particularly inviting area of Nashville, but we did not feel uneasy in the least. Travel to the downtown area of Nashville was rather easy.

    The hotel is new. Very clean. The only problem was with the owner. We started to hose off our show cars after the rain he came out and told us to stop and if we didn't like it to go some were else. all we useing was the hose. He could have put it at the end of the building but no he un hooked it and took it inside. we had 15 room blocked there, He has no people skill.

    I stayed at this hotel for a week back in April. My friend and I were greeted by a hotel employee named Carter and he was very helpful. He directed us to fun spots, good restaurants, and answered any question! The room was very clean. The only complaint I would have is that staff never cleaned the bathroom floor really. It was clean when we checked in but with two girls that are brushing their hair and putting on makeup the floor can get a little dirty. Overall the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. They had bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, and different toppings. Coffee, tea, water, orange juice, and apple juice were the beverages available. I got the room for a good price on Expedia and I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and since the hotel was newly renovated pretty much everything was like new! I would definitely stay again.

    The hotel is fairly newly remodeled but the neighborhood is scary! Very sketchy characters hanging around (meth heads, drunks, etc). The traffic getting out of the hotel is terrible. Women traveling alone should not stay here!

    « 4 night stay - Excellent Experience »

    I was looking for a hotel near Nashville that was nice, but not extremely costly. I'm so glad I did the research and chose this place. I called ahead to let them know I'd be checking in late because my flight didn't land until 12:30am. When I got there he had my reservation (from hotels.com) and got me checked in quickly and without any problems. My room was very clean when I arrived. I had brought my own pillow, but the pillows provided there are actually very comfortable. The bed was not as soft as I'm used to sleeping on, but I actually slept very well in it. Breakfast each morning is from 6-9am. This is a little early for me so I got up every day at 8:40 right before it ended. There was still plenty of food available at that time, and they would bring out fresh scrambled eggs when they would run out. For a hotel breakfast I thought it was very good (make your own waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, fruit, pastries, etc.) I had read from other reviews that this was a bad neighborhood? I couldn't disagree more. I felt very comfortable in this neighborhood enough so to wander around by myself. People also mentioned the large gap underneath the door which is true, but it didn't bother me at all. There were quite a few people during my stay that were rude and let their doors slam, but I know that if you gently closed the door they do not slam (so that is a human error - not a hotel error.) The ONLY complaint I would have about the room is how FREAKING BRIGHT the light bulbs are. They're all those energy efficient fluorescent bulbs. I was very close to going to home depot to buy some 40 watt bulbs. The only artificial light I could stand to have on was the lower wattage light in the bathroom. But overall that's not a huge deal. I was out of the hotel everyday by around 11am, and every night I came back the cleaning crew had tidied up for me which I appreciated. I had planned on ubering it from the hotel to sights, but ended up renting a car so I can't comment on the cost of the ubers from this hotel. I would most definitley stay here again.

    A medical appointment necessitated a stay in TN and as frequent Best Western travelers, we wanted a hotel near medical facilities. The lobby and hallways were done in soft welcoming colors. The young lady who welcomed us did not know how to deal with our $25.00 BW gift card but the manager returned shortly and promptly called my husband and handled the matter. The breakfast room had two waffle makers which was wonderful because it was a busy morning. The housekeeping staff kept up with any "messes" created and restocked items as they ran out. Smiles on everyone's faces too, nice to see this in staff anywhere.

    Very impressed with the room and decor. Looked just like the pictures online. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My only complaint is that the air conditioner / heat vent was very loud. But I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Hotel is very clean and has friendly staff. Carter, the Front Desk agent was extremely helpful and very personable. He made us feel very welcomed. The price was perfect compared to what you pay staying downtown Nashville and the hotel is only a 10-15 minute cab ride into downtown. Total cab rides and hotel night was cheaper than 1 night staying in the city center.

    This was the first time staying here and we really enjoyed it! The hotel is fairly new and looks very nice. Nice breakfast available. Friendly staff. They were short on wash cloths the whole time, but we made do. The only problem I had was the shower curtain looked like it might have had a few blood spots on it. Hopefully it was changed fir the next guest. I will stay again!

    Overall I pick Best Western because of their beds. At this particular BW the doors seem to be spring loaded because with the slightest pull the door slams behind you and during my two night stay here that would be my only complaint. There was lots of door slamming. Antwan kept the breakfast area spotless and fully stocked all during the breakfast hours so kudos to him. I was impressed when someone would finish he made sure it was clean for the next person.

It would have been nice to have a few more restaurants around and I was a little concerned when nearby stores told me not to be out at night in the area..

    My family stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March. We requested conjoined rooms as I have a toddler that wanted to roam between both rooms :) I picked this hotel based on the location and price. I had never been to Nashville before. I'd say the location isn't the "good side" of town but it was SO EASY to access anywhere I wanted to go. The morning breakfast was good, easy, and served hot. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

    This place is a dichotomy in several ways. First off, when I walked into the lobby area for the first time, I was met with a STRONG odor of acetate and fresh paint - almost overwhelming. I guess they've been doing a LOT of painting. Every wall surface in the place that I saw indeed looked freshly painted. The room I had was quite nice and furnished as if it were a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. All new carpet, paint, and seemingly most of the furniture too was new. For example - a marble topped vanity in the bathroom. Nice! The front desk staff were nice and polite and check-in was relatively quick and easy. The front desk agent who checked me in asked me if I'd like an express check-out so I didn't have to stop by the desk on my way out. I said "sure" figuring this meant I'd get my folio under the door and could leave the key cards in the room. He didn't elaborate on what this meant, just took some extra time to write some stuff down and type in his computer. When I left the next morning, there was no receipt/folio under the door. Confused, I went to breakfast and then stopped by the desk on my way out anyway. The lady that morning said that they'd email me a copy of my receipt but she also printed one for me as well upon my request. Had I known this from the start, I'd probably not bugged her about it. I did get the email version shortly after I left the property as she said she'd make sure and send it. More on the dichotomy - the room itself, being freshly remodeled looked like a higher-line hotel, as stated; but the cleanliness, towels and linens were more on par with a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6 - the likes of which this property is surrounded on all sides. My bathroom floor looked as though it had not been swept or otherwise cleaned in a LONG WHILE. Dried up contact lenses, lots of hair, and breakfast cereal pieces, etc. lying all about. The towels were old, hard, well worn and some of them appeared as though they had simply been re-folded and hung from the last patron's stay instead of being fresh laundered towels. The bed linens were of similar quality and I found several hairs between the sheets before I had slept or otherwise used the bed. I write some of this off to the possibility of being housekeeper's hair, and some comes through the laundry - we're people, we shed. But carpeting the bathroom with hair is not simple shedding. Just sayin' And with the state of the towels, I was a little hesitant about the bed linens but not so much as to request a different room. The main light switch for the room was a clear plastic piece with a white LED military grade interrogation spotlight light inside and it was in the space with the bed, and where there was no way to avoid being blasted by its light when in the bed. I had to get really creative (shoes stacked on top of open suitcase, etc.) to find a way to cover this immensely annoying "feature" of the room. (I wonder what crackerjack sales person sold what genius property manager THAT solution... LOL) Also, the main door to the room was a full inch off the floor, allowing a LOT of light and noise in from the hall. See the attached pictures to understand - which still don't do the situation justice; especially since I took the pics the next day during daylight with curtains open and room lights on to boot. I don't do well with much light in my sleeping space to start with but this was crazy. The curtains didn't do much better at blocking out light from outside either. The breakfast items were lower quality and of less variety than something you'd find at a HIX or a Hampton but this is a Best Western after all... It was; however, better than I expected from a BW. Also, the guy who was working the breakfast area was all over keeping it super clean and tidy. He was constantly cleaning, organizing and replenishing what he could. Unlike the housekeeping staff for my room - Dichotomy... I found the price to be higher than I would expect from a BW, especially after all the fees and taxes (almost 30% of rate per night!) but with the newly renovated rooms and lobby, it might be considered close to value. Overall, if the housekeeping crew can step up performance to the level of the renovations, and the front desk can do a little better job with communications, this place will be a fantastic place to stay. I'd have given this review 4 circles ("Very Good") if my bathroom, towels/linens and bed had been cleaner and of a slightly higher caliber. Plus, if I have the opportunity to stay here again, I will need to bring some serious light control tricks to take that opportunity. (Hey property - if you read this: REPLACE those light switches! That's NOT a night light, it's a torture method!)

    Stayed here on the way to Florida and was impressed. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast that was clean and continually well stocked. Was still under some renovation so there was minor construction noise (back up alarms) starting around 8am but we were up and moving by then.

    As we approached the best western my first thought was based on the area this is not going to be good. How wrong I was. The front desk clerk was very helpful with giving me information on close restaurants and the check in process was super fast. The room was great and very modern. Starting with the door using proximity keys (which I love) to all the finishes feeling very new and modern. It's been awhile since I stayed somewhere that offered a continental breakfast and is seems like they have been getting smaller in options. The breakfast here was really good with lots of options. However this is what blew my mind. I asked the attendant if they had any allergy information. My wife is lactose intolerant. Well he said no everything had dairy. But then he offered to cook my wife some plain scrambled eggs! I was amazed and said that would be great. He asked if I wanted 2 or 3 eggs. I just couldn't believe the service from a hotel breakfast. Also when he noticed I had two kids with me he asked if they would like chocolate milk and I said that would be great. Instantly he was back with a new gallon of tru moo chocolate milk and gave my kids too big glasses. Would totally recommend this hotel and would stay again.

    I stayed at another hotel during this trip and was pleasantly surprised how nice and how good of a value the Best Western was! The entrance was a bit hard to find, there is a cricket wireless in front of the hotel. When we pulled in, we had free parking and the inside and outside of the hotel were both fresh looking from their recent remodel. We never made it to the outdoor pool because it was a bit chilly out, but it looked nice. Benefits: The hotel has 24 hr free coffee and free breakfast with a waffle maker machine. Guest rooms were a nice size and there was a fitness room and store to buy snacks and drinks. Plus, there was a mixrowave and mini fridge in each room.

    We stayed here for our first trip to Nashville. We liked the idea of staying downtown and walking everywhere, but the downtown hotels were double-triple what it cost to stay here. It's about a 5-10 minute cab drive to anywhere downtown you'd want to go. We used Uber everywhere and the average fare to downtown was around $7-8, which was TOTALLY worth it. The hotel has free parking. We drove around the city some days, but public parking can get pretty expensive ($10 for 2 hours), so we found we actually saved money using Uber everywhere. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself wasn't in the greatest area, but like I said, it's pretty close to everything you'd want, so we didn't mind. I definitely wouldn't go outside of hotel grounds to walk around. It's on a pretty busy road. The only cons to our stay would be that the rooms aren't super quiet. I woke up several times in the middle of the night to other people shutting their room doors. I also didn't love the pillows or sheets. And there was no fan in the bathroom. That seemed weird to me. However; for the price, the location and the cleanliness, it was a great deal and we would definitely stay here again.

    We chose this hotel because of the price. The location of this hotel on Murfreesboro Road is convenient with a car. An easy and quick drive into downtown, easy to get to Opryland and Grand Ole Opry as well as locations outside of town. It is very close to the airport as well. That all being said the neighborhood is not walkable and the amenities in the vicinity are not very user friendly or convenient. I don't believe we would be comfortable using public transit from this location. Rooms are okay and the breakfast is passable. Staff are very nice and hard working. Would I stay here again? Yes for the right price and if I had a car.

    Stayed here 3 nights with my grandchildren and daughter. We all enjoyed this hotel very much. It was clean, new and beautifully decorated. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was very well stocked even during busy times. The children enjoyed it. The hotel is just off I24E and the area seems safe. Convenient to downtown and attractions. The rate was very affordable for the quality and experience. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Only negatives: the children were disappointed that there was no indoor pool and had some issues with the Cable reception.

    Room rate good given that it's Nashville. Rooms were clean but furniture, light switches etc could use a little attention. Adequate coffee supplies but no coffee maker. This place good for one maybe two night stays. Like just about every place in Nashville you need a car to see the sights. If on vacation spend a little more and look elsewhere. The breakfast was pretty standard but well stocked and the attendant was friendly and helpful. The only restaurant in the immediate area is a Waffle House.

    The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfy. The front desk employees were quick to call for taxi's for us and gave us great driving directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and stay here again.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Need a bigger sign out front. The City needs to fix the roads and the sidewalks. Saw a lot of people walking in the street because sections of sidewalk would disappear.

    The boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in Nashville. Overall this a great Best Western. It's really new as of 2016, so the beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean, appliances work, internet and tv are good (though internet did boot me several times). Front desk and staff in general were very friendly and professional. My only complaint was breakfast for the following reasons: - Many items were out of stock at the time I went to eat, a little after 8am. I waited for about 15 minutes hoping that staff would replenish the food, but ended up leaving with nothing but some cereal and coffee. It felt like staff were waiting for food to completely run out before restocking. - The only proteins offered were powder-mix eggs and thawed sausage, and the only fruit was apples. Compared to other three star hotels this is pretty lame. Would love to see some yogurt cups, boiled eggs, or additional fruits offered! I would definitely stay here again (and bring my own breakfast :) ). If the staff can maintain the hotel and keep being wonderful and professional, this could be one of the best mid-range hotels that side of Nashville!

    Hotel is very clean and nice. A little difficult to find the first night. A lower/eye level sign and a sign on actual hotel would be beneficial to all, I feel. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The only thing I wish was a little better was the room doors. There is a larger than normal floor/door gap and you can hear other doors shut and hallway chatter. But in main part of room, was fairly quiet. Appreciate the air conditioner. Would be nice to have a bathroom fan but that is a personal preference. Very nice hotel overall. Happy I paid a little more to have a clean and comfort place to stay at.

    The desk clerk was most helpful in reviewing cost options, in finding us the very best price and in assigning us to a very comfortable room right next to the lobby. Room attendant Michelle helped us to operate features in our room and to find hotel amenities very courteously. We have enjoyed our stays in Best Western hotels and have found them to be reasonably priced, clean and staffed by courteous, friendly people. Travel is much more enjoyable this way.

    I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Nashville. The hotel was easy to find, only about 4 miles from downtown. Location was a little...interesting, however it ended up being safe and was well lit. It is a diamond in what appears to be a "rough" location. Easy check in, Easy check out. However, with it being my first time visiting Nashville I wanted to know places to eat, that were authentic to Nashville and places to go visit. The day time staff was wonderful and very helpful. The night time staff was not helpful at all. I asked "If there was one or two places you had to eat at while in Nashville, what would that be?" ....The young lady told me "Longhorns"....REALLY?! Longhorns?! I couldn't help but laugh at that. That was the first night. The next day, after returning to my room from a day of adventures, I came back to a room that was not cleaned. Housekeeping had not shown up. I had to do down to the desk, (housekeeping had already left for the day) and ask the girl for extra towels and she apologized and gave me extra towels, telling me that the housekeeping had "marked off my room as cleaned" when they had apparently not set foot in the room. Upon arriving home, I did email the manager of the hotel and she very quickly replied and apologized for any inconvenience I may have had. Which I applaud. Great communication is key! If the housekeeping and night staff would get it together I would most definitely stay here again. Pros: Nice, large hotel. Quiet rooms. Clean upon arrival. New appliances. Microwave and Mini Fridge. Friendly people. Great breakfast. Cons: Housekeeping. Nighttime staff not very helpful with suggestions on the town. No shuttle bus from the hotel to downtown (which is stated on the website). All in all, The place was nice, well kept, newly remodeled and convenient. I would recommend it to friends.

    We stayed at this hotel for a hockey game. 6 women in our early 20's. Definitely wouldn't recommend going anywhere surrounding the hotel, it seems like a bad area of town. There were homeless people that waited at the bus stop for days on end. Run down businesses all around. The hotel was new so at least that was a plus. The people at the front desk were pretty friendly but I don't think they had any idea what was going on. I would only stay here if it is just a stop before the airport. Would not recommend if you have the intentions of sight-seeing in Nashville or going out downtown unless you are OK with driving or taking a taxi for 15-20 minutes everywhere.

    Fiance and I checked in on Dec 31, 2015 and checked out on January 2, 2016. Thank goodness we did not stay any longer in this place. We booked the hotel a week before we arrived through Expedia for $300++ for two nights. When we arrived the black lady Deborah at the desk finally decided she would help the people standing in line waiting on her co-worker. Then we realized she must have been illiterate because she stared at her computer screen for 15 minutes before finally having me sign a piece of paper. She then went through several key cards that would not work. Anyhow we are not at the hotel most of the time because we are celebrating New Year's Eve downtown and New Years day. When we check out from the hotel we return home and then everything begins there. My fiance checks his account as he is going to make our house payment and realizes that hotel charged us an extra $115 for a reason we are unaware of. We call the hotel and speak to this girl who has me explain everything multiple times to her and she tells us their hotel currently has NO MANAGER??? This goes on for a week and we call corporate twice and they say we need to speak to the hotel because they billed us directly for an extra night. FIFA at the desk tells us to please call expedia and let them know that its not their fault. I was appauled. This staff was so unprofessional and pathetic that when my fiance finally got to talk to Steve the new manager that was getting settled in over those past four days of us calling that he insulted us by saying "you should expect things like this as you travel". I promise to speak to expedia and see what can be done about having this terrible hotel taken off of their sight. Please do yourself a favor and never stay here!

    The hotel was clean. Breakfast was nothing amazing but sufficient. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable. Bathroom was clean. We stayed mid week so it was very quiet. The only downside to staying longer is that they only have an outdoor pool so not accessible in the winter.

    This property was easily accessed from I-24 which was important to us on a road trip. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Food was typical continental breakfast and BW waffles. I am a tea drinker and the first pot of hot water was tepid. I spoke to the attendant. And he took the pot back to replace the water but it was still tepid. Thankfully they had a microwave. I like my tea!

    We stayed at this motel during it's first week open. The room was brand new which was great because everything was in pristene condition. The bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was large enough for visiting and included a desk, a fridge, coffee maker, and tv. The closet almost seemed like an after thought and was difficult to get to you clothes. The staff was new but very freindly and the free breakfast was very good but the area was a little crowded at times. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the experience although it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. The location is good for fly ins and close to downtown or operyland.

    Great new hotel out near the airport. Very clean, very good breakfast, good staff. I don't consider it to be convenient for downtown. I also stayed at the Best Western on Music Row which is much more convenient to downtown and probably similarly priced. Neighborhood seems to be a little rundown and not a lot of eating choices in the immediate area.

    Best Western did a great job with this new hotel. It's very modern and beautiful. Breakfast was included and it even had hot food! Most continental breakfasts don't include HOT breakfast so that was a nice surprise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Chris at the front desk was great! Just a 5 minute drive to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

    As of our visit, this hotel had only been open for a month. They were still working a few kinks out but staff was responsive to all issues. Staff was also excellent in all other service situations as well. We could not tell initially if this motel was new or had been renovated. It was done that well. You could still feel the pad under the carpet in the halls & thought nothing of walking around barefoot. Not a great neighborhood, but never felt unsafe. Only 200 yards from on ramp, but no traffic noise. Great stay! vw

    I read several reviews before booking our stay. In all fairness, I was also swayed by the Groupon we were able to purchase which brought the price down considerably. First, the good thing about our stay: 1. The hotel is new and was VERY clean. Our room was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. I'm afraid however there were a few things that did not go as well. 1. Our reservation was confused for the entire trip. Several times (and we were there for 4 nights) someone from the front desk came to our room to ask when we were checking out. My husband had confirmed our reservation via phone twice beforehand, as we wanted to be sure all was well. 2. The breakfast was "okay" but not well attended. Only once during our time there did I see anyone replenishing food and cleaning up. Today (our last day), there was very little coffee left and no one had restocked creamer, etc. 3. The sundry purchase area is very small. One night my husband offered to buy me a candy bar. The desk told us they could not make change for a $20.00 bill. This is hard to believe for a hotel that is selling soft drinks and snacks. 4. Earlier posters had alluded to the fact that the hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. I'm afraid this is indeed the case. 5. Earlier posters had also mentioned that the hotel seemed to have built cheaply and was already coming apart. Again, I am afraid that seems to be true. Several items in the bathroom were already loose and coming apart. I am reminded that you get what you pay for.

    If you have transportation then this is an excellent place to stay. Way cheaper than the hotels downtown, new & clean. The only issue is it being further away from downtown. I had friends that lived close so they could pick me up so it wasn't an issue. The staff was very helpful in calling a taxi to the airport, so that would always be a good option getting to/from downtown.

    The hotel is located in a very bad neighbourhood.There were hookers walking around the hotel.Drug selling was going on around the hotel.Room was very dirty.Breakfast was garbage with a lot of items missing.The desk clerk was very abusive when we told him about the problems.the manager told us that the hotel was in a shady neighbourhood.I made a huge mistake in selecting this hotel.Never again.

    Purchased rooms on groupon for a discount which was good. The hotel is located in not the best of neighborhoods but very close to the interstate. The hotel is nice & new right now. Rooms were clean, bed was firm and the king room was spacious. Breakfast was decent but the bar is set up backwards which causes congestion instead of a nice flow. The only downside we see is that the hotel is new & everything is falling apart already. In the bathroom the shower plate behind the shower faucet is falling off and the towel bar was falling off. Also the a knob on the drawers had fallen off. The hotel was built quickly & cheaply so it may go down hill fast.

    What's not to love about a new hotel? We had a great experience while we stayed here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and it was five minutes from downtown Nashville. It is located right off the highway so navigating around Nashville is very easy. And the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

    The location is centrally located to downtown Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry. We used Groupon with a special rate. When we got there they said Groupon never called them... Luckily they still had a room. The following day a girl wasn't so lucky. She used another form of booking and they didn't have a room for her. I would suggest verifying your room and rate ahead of time. The rooms were clean. Service is definitely iffy though... I asked for directions one morning and the girl at the counter finished whatever reporting she was doing. The night we wanted to by some sundries and the guy at the counter told us to wait while he helped someone else clean up their dinner from the breakfast area - we were there first. We ended up walking away.

    We stayed for 5 days, rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. There was a problem with one of the elevators but it was fixed in a day. We found out that the Hotel is on the road going into the City so you don't have to go on the highway, the area you drive through is a little rough however. We would stay here again.

    The hotel was 8 days new, we were told, and everything was great. However, we've been staying with Best Western for many years now and the rooms seemed a bit smaller than usual. And no, we haven't just gotten bigger ourselves. There was a minor glitch at breakfast on the first day, a few items missing, but that was corrected on day two. The staff was excellent.

    Upon our first arrival and stepping onto the hotel property, going through the first set of doors, checking in at the front desk, to entering the hotel room, we soaked up the stunning awe and beauty as the entire hotel was clean, inviting, beautiful, and made our stay thoroughly relaxing. We will be sure to return back to Nashville and when there, we will definately be returning back to Best Western PLUS Sunrise Inn. Location was excellent as it was a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle of downtown and only a $12-$15 cab ride there.

    The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Not too many restaurants in the area at all. Breakfast was not too good, not enough hot/cold breakfast items. The Sunrise Best Western Plus had just opened (6 days) and there was not enough staff to run the hotel. The manager worked very hard to fix a booking.com crisis as booking.com had overbooked the hotel and the manager was sending many travelers to the Hotel Preston which was couple of exits from the Best Western Plus. Despite no restaurants in the immediate area except for an excellent Mexican lChico, you had to drive to find a decent breakfast.

    This is a hotel that had only been open for about 5 weeks when we checked in. Everything is clean and obviously new. Check in Staff was helpful with dining suggestions in the area (Longhorn is about a mile away as well as several other restaurants and fast food places) Easy access to Rt 40 and 24. About 4 miles from center city. A free shuttle is available to take you into town till 11 PM (after that it is $20). Hotel has breakfast available from 6-9 AM. Our room on the 2nd floor was very nice with microwave, refrigerator, TV, coffee in room available. Free High speed internet. Free parking. Outdoor pool with handicap chairlift (it is September so we did not use the pool). We booked hotel using Best Western's 800# while we were driving in from Memphis. Price is right for a couple traveling across Tennessee.

    Stayed at this hotel that is supposed to be new worse Breakfast I have ever had at a hotel . I tried to talk to one manager young man he argues and is rude. I called talk to the other head manager he doesn't seem to ever be in . When I pay this kind of money I expect good service !!!! this hotel does not seem to have enough staff or good management . I will never stay at this hotel again even if they gave me a free night. If I knew how to get up with owner of hotel I would call him tell him he needs new staff worse hotel staff I have ever seen I stay at hotel at least 3 nights a week
