Best Western Plus Liverpool Hotel & Conference Centre

We loved it. Very clean and well-maintained facility. Our grandchildren loved the pool. They loved the breakfast and ate heartily. Lunchroom was very clean and organized and the food was excellent with a great variety. "Something for everyone!" Very attractive and clean on the outside of the building as well as inside. Room had anything and everything required and was very comfortable. Will be looking for Best Western Plus facilities on our next road trip.

Awesome stay as always! Staff is very professional and helpful. The hotel is well appointed and guest rooms are very comfortable. Hallways are quiet. Breakfast has lots of choices. Close to the centre of town.

Great room and a fabulous free breakfast. My only complaint was the bed, it was pretty hard and had a lean to it. I felt like I was going to roll off. I would replace with a newer and softer mattress.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff ti great you. very clean. Great breakfest to start your day. The staff at the breakfest was very helpful and made sure you were satafied. Very quiet location and cant wait to stay there again.

What a great hotel to use as a base for sightseeing this beautiful province, we spent 5 days here and enjoyed great service, good breakfasts and the room was very comfortable except the headboard on the bed rattled when leaning against to read in bed. The staff were great and helpful, we would stay here again if we were in the area.

This hotel is wonderful. The exterior is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the staff is amazing. Every staff member who I encountered greeted me and smiled. I will definitely stay here again and bring my family.

We spent a week on vacation in Nova Scotia and PEI. We stayed at 3 different commercial accommodations and this hotel experience was the best. The staff really made us feel appreciated. The breakfast meal was really good and the "breakfast ladies" were friendly and helped get us off to a positive start for the day. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfy. No noise interrupted our sleep.

Spacious rooms near to the highway. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is included and it is on real plates with ample home style food. There is a public walking path adjacent that rings the hotel. Great for pet walks and exercise. A true oasis for travelers to the South Shore. A good proxy for Lunenberg, Bridgewater or Hirtles Beach area. A much better value than some of the resorts in the county.

Loved the hotel, not all hotels are created equally and this one deserves top marks .. the bath is nice a deep perfect for bubbles, everything is very clean, the breakfast was great, we will stay here again

A newer hotel, convenient location. Stayed for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. All staff was very nice. Free breakfast, but the breakfast room was very busy, at times hard to get a table especially later in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice big vanity in bathroom. We only had one issue, not sure why but one day our room did not get cleaned. Other than that a very pleasant visit. Very good value for families.

Stayed here with friends for a weekend break. Our rooms were spotless and spacious with all the little complimentary items provided. The staff were friendly and polite and although we did not have any meals there we did see diners with what looked like nicely prepared food.Drinks were expensive but what you would expect in a town centre hotel. The hotel was very convenient for the town centre and Liverpool one. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Did a last minute getaway and they exceeded our expectations, I am a weekend warrior and not shy about getting away for 2 or 3 days to save my sanity and be with friends. The staff, from front desk to the breakfast bunch were attentive and helpful. They were genuinely friendly and happy to make sure the guests were well fed and satisfied.

Wonderful hotel in Liverpool that we chose for its central location within the southern shore (equidistance to several interesting spots) and our expectations were exceeded! Great staff, huge room and kitchen amenities. The borrow-a-dvd and in room DVD player were a huge hit after days of exploring. Thoughtful touches like kids books in the lobby were much appreciated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was clean and exterior well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had the items I needed provided such as an iron, blow dryer, coffee maker, fridge and best of all AC.

Great hotel. Good home base for touring south shore. Close to everything in Liverpool and minutes from tons of beaches. Free breakfast. Pool was great. Best sleep I had all vacation. No bar but alcohol offered for room service at bar prices which is fine

We only stayed here the one night and it was awesome. The staff were very friendly and always said hello. The free breakfast was excellent and they were always there to help and clean up after the guest. Very clean room and hotel overall...Great stay...Thank you

The hotel is quite, clean and located close to town and the highway. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is free and really good. There is a skate board park across the street so if you have kids that enjoy that make sure they bring their boards.

There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about BW Liverpool, you are greeted at check in with a lovely smile, rooms are clean, large and beds are extremely comfortable; you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to start your day; breakfast is excellent and staff again are friendly and courteous, will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here while vacationing around Nova Scotia. The hotel was close to the main highway, but without a GPS, I would say it wouldn't be immediately evident how to find it. It's visible from the main road, but after pulling off, you expect it to be closer to the exit. Luckily, it's a small town, with few roads, so it's hard to miss it if you just keep driving. Anyway, the reception and check in was friendly. Our room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large, and had high ceilings, making it feel even larger. We found the room to be quiet. No highway or hallway noise that we heard. Breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area.

I don't travel often but when I do I like to have all the comforts of home at a reasonable price. I was on a 2 day trip recently. My first night was booked for price at a cheaper hotel. You know the old saying

We arrived at hotel and everything was great. After noticing we made a reservation mistake, by missing one night on our reservation, they made the nesseary changes without a hassle. We would definitely stay and recommend this hotel to anyone. Exceptional hot breakfast, great parking, everything looks like new.

It was my first stay at this particular Best Western. From the time I walked through the door until I left three days later the experience was 100% perfect from the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, the rooms I rented while there to put on two different courses and the staff that made sure that everything was set up and also very attentive while the courses were held each day.

We stayed for a total of 8 nights. The hotel staff were amazing, all of them. Front staff were always friendly, said hotel every time you walked into the lobby, they got items right away if you needed something. Breakfasts were great, I'd shake things up every once in awhile though as after staying there that long it would have been nice to see something different with the hot breakfasts but overall it was always good.

A newer Best Western Hotel in NS right by the highway and close to Liverpool NS and all the attractions. The breakfast buffet was good, friendly staff, good pool and quiet rooms! I can't complain really as even requests for more towels or blankets are done asap for you. :)

My experience here was great. I was here for 5 nights on business. We used the boardroom which was professional and clean. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The morning complimentary breakfast was top shelf for the style. It was a help yourself eggs, meat and hash, coffee, juice etc. The melted cheddar on the eggs was the crowning touch, thanks ladies. Best memory was the bathroom was clean, and the shower head wasn't one of those "Eco" horrible sprays. Worst memory was the room was located over top of a door that slammed and shook the bed every time the door closed, 2nd floor above the breakfast room, avoid this room if you want to sleep past breakfast start time.

This was a very nice, new hotel just outside the main area of Liverpool, with very helpful and pleasant staff. There was a nice atmosphere about the place. The rooms had great, modern décor and were well equipped. We were on the third floor and although the hotel was busy (due to a nearby concert on one of our 2 nights there) it was not noisy and the breakfast room, though busy, could accommodate pretty well everyone who showed. Breakfast is included as was a typical Best Western breakfast with a reasonable variety of options. If we were to be in the area again, we would choose to stay here again, for sure.

Room is average size, including a sofa and refrigerator. Window opens. Climate control draws air from outside, but lacks a "fan only" setting which would allow ventilation in the room without using heat or A/C. Room was clean and well maintained. There were ample accessible electrical outlets and free wi-fi. There was no noticeable traffic noise. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was ample, and a cut above the standard fare offered at other mid-range chain hotels. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Excellent Hotel, convenient location (close to many amenities ie: grocery stores, NSLC) and an absolutely wonderful and extremely friendly staff. A nice breakfast selection with warm and cold items is a nice bonus!

Being able to fall asleep to Spring Peepers calling may be an odd benefit for a hotel but that was the aspect of our stay at this property we enjoyed the most. One rarely finds hotels with windows that actually open; however, the windows at this hotel do and that allowed us to hear the frogs calling outside. Despite the proximity to the highway, there was very little traffic noise. The rest of our stay was quite enjoyable as well. The room was clean although basic - rectangle with no architectural or design innovation and muted colours. Nice artwork though. The bed was comfortable, the lighting sufficient and the decor was relatively new. Good-sized functional bathroom though the hot water could have been a bit hotter. Nice fitness room with newer equipment and a rubberized floor. A set of free weights is all that is missing. Nice assortment of hot and cold breakfast items including cinnamon buns and yogurt. Odd offering of packaged fruit salad from China - there are two large grocery stores nearby full of fresher fruit if one prefers. High tech Keurig coffee machine that dispenses a wide range of hot beverages but only in one size. The hotel is adjacent to the community sports centre that has a pretty neat skateboard park. There is also a walking trail around the centre and the hotel plus the Trestle Trail is nearby. This is good choice if one is looking for clean and convenient accommodation just off the highway with an added frog chorus bonus in the spring.

Not a bad room for the time I spent In it Problem came with a disagreement with the night barman! Would not accept he was in the wrong and subsequently called the police and reported me for violent behaviour as I would not accept he was wrong Appalling behaviour and the night manager who was his friend stood by the man Two nights stay wasted and non refundable in a suite!! Silver fish throughout the bathroom Overall the whole stay was appalling due to one member of staff having the say on what happened, Best western are now back in the I will not bother staying bracket

We love the Best western Hotel in liverpool. The free breakfast it great as is the internet and pool. Location is great if you are attending an event at the Amera. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are great too.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Jacuzzi suite. It was a beautiful room with a sofa bed in the main room and a separate bedroom. Staff at the hotel were excellent from check in to check out. The included breakfast was very good and the breakfast area clean and bright. The hotel is walking distance to the Queens Place Emera Center making it a great choice for attending games or events there. We look forward to staying here again in our next trio to Liverpool.

We stayed in a suite for three days that was absolutely lovely and very spacious ... lots of room to tuck your suitcases away and to entertain. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was delish; hotel is in a great location; and we enjoyed our stay very much. My mom had the bedroom and I was on the pull-out couch ... all made up when I pulled it out! Nice, because I have been in other hotels that I had to make up the couch myself (not sure why I always get the couch!). I have recommended highly to friends and family. We went to this hotel with my son's hockey team for a hockey tournament. The building and staff were excellent and location next to the rink was great. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

All staff were very accommodating and friendly, Breakfast was fresh and catered to all ages. Hotel is kept in great condition and very clean. Beds are comfortable and clean. This was our third stay at this property.

We stayed at Liverpool Best Western for the first time as part of a New Year's Eve package. Our room was excellent, well laid out and quiet (it was at the end of the hall). Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and lots of tables.

This hotel has been built recently and is located on a trading estate. Pleasant enough hotel, room was spacious and good bathroom. Although this was a Best Western Plus the breakfast offering was not as good compared to other Best Western's that we have stayed in Hotel was quiet and conveniently located close to the main road. Good choice for an overnight stop.

Well located with easy access to highway and town. Perfect short walk to Emera Centre. Included breakfast buffet has sufficient variety and is perfect for flexibility to take as long or short as you want. Staff were pleasant but not too much in your face.

I stayed at the Best Western with my dog who was very welcomed by staff. It is a great spot to visit with a pet as they have a nice grass area to take your dog out which can be accessed from the exit doors by the rooms or through the main entrance. We were on the first floor which made it easier with a dog. This place is very friendly and the staff are professional. The hotel is exceptionally clean with an excellent buffet breakfast offering choices from bagels and croissants to eggs and sausages. I'm sure I will visit again.

Great place to stay. This was our second time at this hotel and everything went very well. Fast and easy check-in and close to many amenities in Liverpool. Great hot breakfast - which is always a plus.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western. The room was spotless, the hotel was not noisy, in spite of 3 hockey teams staying there. The next morning, there was plenty of food at breakfast. The staff were friendly and great to talk with.

Overall very clean! Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was ok... great that it's part of the stay! good location! Lots of parking! Pool was a bit chilly but was clean. We will stay there again on our next trip for sure!

Liverpool is a quaint town on the Mersey River and Atlantic Ocean. There are plenty of shops activities and seasonal events! Nice dining opportunities and walking trails and lots of things to see and do,This is a town with interesting history and lots of people who are eager to share their towns history with you,

Very professional and welcoming staff. Room quality excellent with very good in room internet. Breakfast was hot and many selections well presented. All staff very pleasant. Had to add an extra night and the staff made it happen without a hitch

I have stayed at the Best Western Liverpool numerous times for Business meetings and our annual Area Celebration, Craig Lowe is such a helpful guy and the staff at the Best Western are very caring and supportive, I like the Best Western Liverpool so much that this past summer I took my husband down on the weekend, great little town, great walking trails

We stayed at BW Liverpool for the International Ukulele Ceilidh last weekend ( Oct 13th & 14th ) and it was a great place to host the event. The accommodations were lovely; staff was friendly and efficient.

Very new building with all amenities expected. The only negative was NO orange juice at breakfast! South shore of NS is very pretty and this would make a good base to explore. Rate to use laundry is very competitive.

Great spot or a stopover or extended stay. Very clean and unbelievably friendly staff. They have a great little breakfast every morning and the staff are very attentive to all your needs. The grounds are kept very tidy. They have a great little pool area with loungers and tables.

The Best Western in Liverpool Nova Scotia has a great staff & is a wonderful place to stay for a variety of reasons. Caitlin & her co-workers on the front desk are professional as are Nancy & the kitchen staff as well as the cleaning staff. The rooms are great & I would recommend for anyone to stay at the hotel in Liverpool.

This is a beautiful facility in the quiet town of Liverpool. The hotel is immaculate with very fine meeting facilities. All the services are top notch and the staff is dedicated, friendly and professional.

The staff was so friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds are comfy. The breakfest is really good big and spacious room. The express checkout was awesome and the wifi was good. I think its a great place.

The hotel is conveniently locate near Hwy 103 and 8. You can easily get to Kejimkujik National park and many of the lighthouse route sceneries. The breakfast has enough to choose to please all types. The room has plenty of space and a confortable bed.

I had a very pleasant stay the the Best Western in Liverpool NS. The two ladies working the front desk when I checked in were very courteous and helpful and they also had a very good sense of humor. They really made my stay very pleasant.

Night away for a break. Usually stay at Best Westerns but never at this location. Good location, comfortable, clean suite, friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast in roomy dining room. Only con would be the lack of good places to eat in area.

We stayed one night at the Best Western situated just outside Liverpool. The hotel is large and well presented. Check in was easy, the welcome was very friendly and helpful with food recommendations. Hot drinks as always readily available. The room was typical for that of the hotel chain - clean and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Had a third floor room overlooking the car park. Very quiet area. Pool area and gym tidy and clean. Breakfast - good choice and plentiful. Spacious eating area so no fighting for somewhere to sit. Would I stay here again? Yes - great choice and good value for money if you are staying in Liverpool.

They were a very caring and compassionate at the hotel. I was happy to stay there and enjoyed the hotel very much. They Need to do a little work on the breakfast as it was lukewarm at best . The quality was good but they should mmaintain a better temperature with the eggs sausage and homefries.

staff and location is spot on for a traveller, wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Liverpool area. The peace and quite that this hotel offers is priceless, the continental breakfast is plentiful and varied.

I had a great time in the hotel with my son, who enjoyed the swimming pool and the waterslide. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I will highly recommend the hotel to others!

We were so impressed with the staff and the level of accommodation at the Best Western Plus in Liverpool. Great staff and wonderful rooms that have been impeccably cared for and well appointed. Breakfast was included and also proved to be excellent.

We have stayed at this Best Western every time we are in the area. It is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to enjoy their job. It is always very quite so you get a good nights sleep. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

This is a nice property, pricey for off season. I rated it higher than it was when I booked it. No real down side. It could be more reasonable rate wise. But with only 3 options, they can charge more.

i must say.. the hotel was quite wonderful. we had our daughters weddintg reception and the staff were over and above so so helpful tomake sure all the little things were always looked after.. the rooms were so comfortable and the reception hall was well catered to ..

Really enjoyed our recent stay on the labour day long weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable and loved all the pillows. The pool was a little on the cool side but was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and such a great variety of hot and cold items. The first morning I had the scrambled eggs, sausage and toast and the 2nd morning I made a homemade waffle. Wonderful way to start the day. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I tried to speak to the manager on 4 occassions. I left a message with an assistant and her voice mail was full so I could not speak with her. She was nevee available and never returned a single communication. If you have an issue expect to response or communication.

What a pleasant experience we had at this hotel, have stayed at the Liverpool BW many times and as always it is one of our favorite BW's. Lane's Restaurant for a wonderful romantic anniversary dinner and then to Plaid Cat Gift Gallery for some early Christmas gift shopping for the special people on my list. BW Liverpool is so close to all the museums gift shops and beaches( Beach Meadows one of the best in the Province) is only 12 minutes away from the hotel...

Wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if there is a Best Western available when we are looking for a good rest at the end of the day. And the breakfasts (and sometimes dinners) are more than adequate with an extensive variety of selections: scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, buns, yogurt, waffles, French toast, bread/toast, and coffee Why would you want to go anywhere else?

The lobby and hallway are very open. The elevator is very quiet. The stairway are wide . In the hallway all the corners are protected by 2 to 3 inch wide plastic cover. The room are spacious lots of room to move around..Info for tv channels.L

Great hotel at a great price. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with a lot of choices which was a great way to start the day. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed for one night after 2 in the BW in Halifax. This was a lot quieter (no humming AC etc.) and very clean. They offer DVD movies for the additional DVD players in the rooms at the reception. Breakfast is simple but sufficient - they have a decent coffee machinery!! Only during July & Aug till 10:00, otherwise 9:30. Friendly & helpful front desk too. I'd certainly stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Lobby and rooms were very nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent. It was close to everything in town. We will definitely go back. No complaints.

Highly recommend to all. One of the best hotels in all our travels in recent years. If there was a flaw, large identification signage on the side of the building facing to the approach road would be beneficial.

We have stayed at this Best Western several times and our experiences have all been positive. The hotel provides nice clean rooms ,and a friendly competent staff , all at a very reasonable price. It's a great value where we could include our family pet.

Clean, great rooms, pet friendly...great breakfast. Pool is small but nice. Walking trail around the perimeter of the property. Close to fast food restaurant and coffee shop. No bar on site. Laundry facilities did come in handy.

Comfy, comfy beds. The pillows were like heaven. Swam and played in the pool for two hours. Wonderful staff, clean shower and bathroom. Could improve the wifi but that is my only small complaint. But I would absolutely return.

The hotel is easy to find as you can see it from the highway. It is very close to restaurants and stores. The rooms are nicely furnished and the breakfast is good. This hotel seems to be a little bit out of place because the town itself is very small and not very exciting.

Nice curb appeal, clean, tidy and modern decor. Very friendly staff, lots of nice inclusions! Free paper in lobby, heated pool, ample parking. The included breakfast was above and beyond my expectations, delicious!

Not so much the hotel, but the franchise. As a member of a number of hotel chains, I find BW the most obtuse about the delivery of its own loyalty plan. Upon presenting a loyalty card, the desk ought to inform the customer about their status. To be fair to this hotel, the omission of this practice is common with BW hotels in general.

Our suite at The Best Western in Liverpool was extremely spacious and comfortable. We loved the large bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi and the roomy living area. Staff is the best the South Shore has to offer ... very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, included with the room price, was a hit ... very good, hot, and lots of choices. For sure, our family was spread over many hotels in Liverpool, and we had the best!

Stayed here for the first time. Was attending a meeting. Property is clean both inside and out. Located across the street from the Emera Centre so if you are attending an event you can walk to it. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast includes both hot and cold choices. Plenty of parking.

We stayed one night at this Best Western and was surprised how nice it was. The hotel is new looking, well decorated and the room was large. The hotel offer's a free breakfast and is close to stores and the downtown area. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking.

Our stay included 3 other couples who were in the area for a family wedding. This hotel has a friendly, efficient staff who do everything to make you feel relaxed and important to their business. Great breakfast, in a clean and caring environment. We will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

Our stay at Best Western over all was a good experience. Our only complaint is that the mattresses were very uncomfortable and you could feel every movement from the person next to you. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Over all the hotel was really clean and well maintained.

Best Western Liverpool is a great place to stay. The staff go over and above to make your stay a pleasure. Very pleased with our stay. Beaches around the area are stunning. All the little town are small and unique.

Hotel is local to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and the Hank Snow Museum. Not a large pool but very clean and warm. Breakfast was included and was a hot / cold buffet. It had everything you need. Rooms were larger then I expected and very clean. Well kept building and great staff. Definitely will return.

Easy to locate from the highway... our King Suite was pristine clean and bright and very nicely decorated...staff were extremely helpful with local amenities and beaches. Pool was small but clean. The free full breakfast was awesome as we were touring the south shore area and returning to the hotel at night to rest and the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again next year. The rate for our room was great for the services provided.

nice place,clean facility with friendly staff front door looks awkward but otherwise good decor. Close to Emera Centre (2 minute walk) and within 20 min walk of all the downtown amenities of Liverpool. Will stay there again when in the area.

The beds are so comfy, plush duvet, crisp linens, awesome pillows, and the rooms are up to date and spotless. The staff is always extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We appreciate the free breakfast, with enough pastries, hot and cold foods, fruits, good coffee and tea, and snacks to start your day. The location is truly beautiful-- if you haven't seen Liverpool, with its water, sites and history, you should.

We had to find a hotel last minute for business and the staff at Best Western were extremely accommodating the whole way through. From the booking experience the office staff had to the stay my employees had at the hotel. After a long days work having friendly staff and very clean rooms was much appreciated. After a goods nights rest the hotel offered a very satisfying breakfast that gave our employees a great start to their day. Would recommend this hotel 100%

We were very happy to return. Just off highway, near centre of Liverpool with an excellent breakfast. A typical example of how the staff works as a team was on Sunday breakfast with a full hotel, 2 wedding and a team or so, I believe. The staff kept the many breakfast options going and flowing with front desk staff pitching in. Quality rooms and great service! To be balanced, wi fi needs upgrade in parts of hotel.

We stayed at the Liverpool BW in Nova Scotia. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff at the hotel and in the town made you feel welcome. Liverpool is a quaint coastal town and we found a surprisingly good restaurant; food was good and it was well worth the visit. We will be recommending the town to friends if they are travelling in this area.

Very clean and very friendly staff. My only problem was no restaurant on site. Although a complimentary full, hot breakfast was offered in the morning. Also was conveniently located to some of the most beautiful beaches Nova Scotia has to offer.

Unbelievable place and staff. I have never been to a better Motel in my life. We spilled juice on the bathroom floor so wiped it up with a Kleenex. To our amazement the floor was CLEAN. Staff were wonderful and all seemed very happy. A nice place to visit. Wish we could have stayed longer. GOOD WORK BEST WESTERN !!!.

I booked at the Best Western due to no availability at another location a conference was taking place. It was close to the other location, staff were super friendly, breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

We really liked this hotel. We liked the location as we visited Annapolis Valley and Mahone Bay/Lunenburg areas from this location. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, hot breakfast included had tons of options from eggs and sausage/ham plus yummy potatoes as well as cereal (hot and cold), waffles, sweet items. The only thing I'd suggest for the fruit would be to have bananas as they only had green apples and kiwis which wasn't our preferred morning fruit. The hotel has an indoor pool that we didn't use but looked quite nice. Wifi was free and very quick. Beds were comfortable with choices of pillows. Bathroom had tons of counter space!!! Tub/shower enclosure, although very clean, is more ideal for someone under 5' 8" tall, which we aren't but we managed. Nice chair and ottoman in the room with enough space for two of these which would have been even better. The windows opened which was a great option as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Any requests were filled promptly and with a smile. The staff seemed to really enjoy working there so that says something very positive. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel was easy walking distance from the town centre. The breakfast was rather typical for a quick buffet but had a fair variety.

Talk to a number of members who stayed at the Best Western no one had any complaints or issues. Breakfast was nice eggs, hash browns and sausage. Tv had lots of channels. Parking was good, close to highway

This hotel really went out of the way to ensure our loyalty. After an unfortunate experience in April we learned what true customer service looks like this past week. The accommodations were clean and well kept the staff was lovely and breakfast was hot and really hit the spot. Kudos. Extra touches showed the staff was eager to please. Super spacious rooms, beautiful decor, wonderful staff--but the best part was the leather armchair and ottoman (not sure if they're in every room or not) but it was fabulous--exactly what I needed after 11 hours on the road!

Stayed one night in early June. Clean and comfortable as most hotels are but it met our needs. Can't complain about anything. Spacious parking lot for trailer or motorhome types taking a break. Took a while to get on the WIFI but eventually succeeded.

If you want service with a genuine smile then this it is. Close to all amenities. My room was textbook clean as if the hotel inspector was there that morning. It was a great place to park my head for a night and get some work done. When I asked for a late checkout it was simply a wave of the hand - no problem. with that maritime smile.

Our room was a king with couch, which was just perfect for us. Breakfast was as expect for a hotel, the hotel was full with no vacancies. Everything was run well with no issues even with the large amount of people there on this weekend.

This was a great new modern hotel. The staff was very friendly and respectful staff. The facility was very clean and well kept. I would strongly recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure stay. The conference facilities were also excellent for your needs and the staff very helpful.

Best Western Liverpool makes the Hot On Ice Hockey tournament for women very easy with the rink right across the road, so accommodating, and easy going staff that make each year enjoyable. Group rates are reasonable, rooms are great, staff helpful, and the group gathering on Saturday night very enjoyable

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean, comfortable and well decorated. The service was also very good. The breakfast had a wide variety of items. A little something for everyone! I especially love the waffles and that little extra touch with fresh strawberry sauce and whip cream . Delicious!!!

Stayed there on business, located near highway with many amenities nearby. Definitely meet my needs for business travel, however would have been a great place to vacation or to take in a hockey game as right beside the arena.

We've always liked this hotel. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The beds are really comfortable too. I always sleep with ear plugs in because sound travels through the door from the hallway really easily. We wish there was a better fan in the bathrooms, if you know what I mean lol. We were there on a busy weekend so the pool was packed with little kids, it's not a big pool at all but it satisfies the kids. Breakfast is always a delicious highlight, the ladies who clean up are so friendly and conversational. We stay here at least twice a year.

We had a good stay with my daughter, two year old grandson and two year old Irush Setter. Yes, the hotel is child and pet friendly. The staff was great with everyone. The pool was good for our little one-quite a nice low end for non swimmers. There was also a good hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, ham, beans, home fries, lots of pastries, bagels and toast. Juices, coffee, tea and oh, I forgot the waffles. Lots to eat! The rooms were a good size-only concern was the mattress was harder than I was used to. Overall, a great stay. There is also a walking trail outside the hotel for those visitors who are energetic or like to take their animals for a walk.

We stayed in the king suite with the spa tub and it was a very nice room with a quality bed, fridge, bathrobes, lots of space. Very good customer service in general, free breakfast and a very clean hotel.

Last minute booking. Had to wait for room to be sorted, but not a major problem. Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. Only issue during our stay was at breakfast. Everything kept running out as it was so busy and very understaffed. Although the staffs attitude at breakfast made up for this. If I'm ever Town again, I would definitely stay here again.

Stay here all the time and they make you feel right at home. Staff is amazing and they have the best breakfast. The fitness room is one of the best I have ever been in. They always have cool cloths and cold water available during your workout.

The only drawback about this hotel is that it does not have a restaurant for evening meals nor does it have a bar, however there is a restaurant a very short drive into the actual town of Liverpool (Lanes s Privateer Inn) & also a Superstore with liquor store attached. The hotel offers a full hot breakfast in the mornings. Our room was spotless, quiet & had everything we needed, including a small fridge, hair dryer, free wifi, ironing board & iron. The shower was wonderful & easy to operate. Elevator worked well. The Front Desk staff is top notch. Will definitely stay here again when in the Liverpool area.

Check in was a breeze, even though it's been a busy weekend here. Melanie was very kind, welcoming and informative from the moment we checked in on Oct 28th! I had called down to the front desk with questions for menu's of local eating establishments and for various other inquiries. She was very patient, friendly and helpful with every call! Provided us with copies many menus to view in the comfort of our room. Welcomed us back when we returned from the grocery store and kindly offered us paper plates & napkins to bring to our room for our evening picnic on our 2nd night :). She is a great asset to this place! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. As a rule I typically do not sleep well at hotels...ever, but this hotel offers a great nights sleep! The walls must be soundproof, because there were rambunctious young children staying in the room next door to us, but only heard their little squeals of excitement of being away from home when near our door or in the hallway. :) The 3rd floor felt chilly when we stepped out of the elevator, however the rooms do heat up quickly. The room & bathroom was clean and the tub nice and deep. The towels very thick and soft. Breakfast was enjoyable, plentiful and very fresh. The breakfast staff were welcoming and thoughtful toward all the guests when we were in the dining area :) Left a little note for the room attendant & they supplied exactly what was requested on that note. :) Pool room temperature made it feel was cozy & warm, however the pool water was chilly, but must say very clean. Great place to stay! I'll be checking out tomorrow, but will be back guaranteed!

Wonderful front desk staff! They were very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, dairy free options were readily available, even almond milk was out for use. There is a new walking path around the hotel that is a short little walk, but very beautiful through the colourful trees

Easy to find, good room and very comfortable beds and pillows. Across the road from an aquatic centre. The pool was nice though a bit cool. Pleasant staff. Breakfast included with choices of cereals, yogurts, breads, pastries, scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausages and hash browns. No fruit, fresh or otherwise. Service friendly and efficient. Liverpool has few other accommodations and restaurants, small town on the Mersey River, quaint buildings on the main street.

What a great place to stay. Our room was quiet, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Five minutes after we booked into our room front desk called to see if everything was OK or if there was anything that we needed. We have never had front desk call to make sure everything was OK in any hotel before. This is service above and beyond the usual. The free breakfast the following morning was very good with a good variety of breakfast items. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Honestly, for the 109$ plus tax, I feel we more than got our monies worth. The room was VERY clean; other than the bagged 'fresh remote' which was far from fresh with gunk on the buttons (unsure why they do 'fresh remotes'). I'd highly recommend this place; we stayed in room 103 on the ground floor and I felt that the mattresses could be replaced; but didn't affect sleep quality. All in all; I'd recommend this place to anybody.

This hotel is very clean, staff has excellent service, and goes out of their way to help you. There were many people staying at this hotel. My room was on the second floor, very quiet. They served us breakfast in the morning with all the trimmings, scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, beans, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee/tea, yogurt, toast , cereal, and more. All buffet style. The Native Council Nova Scotia has their annual assembly at this hotel yearly. You just can't beat excellent service, great price and friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to others for conventions or just a night in Liverpool. It is near McDonalds, Tim Horton's, Superstore, Liquor store and the Queens Sports Centre.

Lovely place to stay, from the time we walked through the door the staff we're very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was hot and very tasty. Well done to the staff for doing a good job to keep people wanting to come back. I strongly suggest if passing through and need a place to stay this is it . ( very quiet)

We have stayed here several times and love it. The hotel is easy to get to from the highway and close to several beaches. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and everything is new and modern. The included breakfast is delicious and has just about everything you could desire. Staff is very friendly. When we stay here we eat at Lanes in town where the meals are wonderfully delicious. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the pillows are very poofy, even the other ones from the front desk but the beds are very comfortable. The A/C works great. We have stayed in a king room, queen room, and also the family suite.

Clean comfortable rooms with plenty of space and ample parking. Close to everything in Liverpool. Free breakfast in a large dining area. Nice pool for the kids. Friendly courteous staff. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel does lack a bar as well as a restaurant. However, the breakfast is one of the very best. The hotel is in a good location. It is very quiet. That is all. HAving DVDs available for rooms is an excellent idea

This hotel is very close to highway 103 for anyone passing through and also close to central Liverpool and only about 15 minutes from White Point Beach Lodge. Several great beaches nearby. The hotel is fairly new so it is in excellent condition. It has a pool which is small like most hotels.

I recently did a road trip around southwestern Nova Scotia. My first night's stay was at the Best Western in Liverpool. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. When I checked in I was asked if I had a room preference i.e. floor level. I asked for a room on the top floor and one that would be quiet. I was not disappointed. My room was spacious and clean….and very quiet. :-) The breakfast the next morning was exemplary. Everything was fresh and there was a nice selection….and it was in a lovely dining room. My next night's stay was in a hotel in Yarmouth where the breakfast “nook” was right beside the check in/out counter. :-( My stay at the Best Western in Liverpool was a pleasure. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone contemplating staying there.

We were in this hotel for one night, I was surprised about this hotel to be in a small town like Liverpool, we were two adult and two kids, we got the executive room with sofa bed,, the room was very spacious, omg I never seen room not suit like that in any hotel before, the hotel location is very comfy, closed to many grocery stores, fast food restaurant and Tim Hortons. The hotel was extremely new and clean and the layout of the hotel very cozy, above what you expect, staff was very very friendly, indoor pool was nice and clean, I hope the water was little more hot lol. Overall, we had very nice stay at this hotel,, I decently recommended for everyone. I have one suggestion,, is it possible to have a small bar-pop serve the guests during the day till like midnight with facility of light food like soup,salad and sandwiches. We were staying in Liverpool for one night on a mini road trip. The hotel was extremely clean and had a wonderful decor. Although the pool wasn't very big, it had large steps and a large shallow end that was perfect for our family of 4. Every staff member we encountered had a smile on their face and was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to say we have been long time hotel guests staying at the Best Western Plus Liverpool NS. Never once have we ever been disappointed with the hotel staff or immaculate service! From the moment we walk into the reception area the staff are always very welcoming and accommodating to our every need. They have to be the best down to earth staff we have ever come across. You can talk with them as if you knew them for years! Some we do actually! In fact the entire staff, from the maintenance workers to the maids in the hotel, to the exceptional employees that work the morning breakfast area are all amazing people. They go that extra mile at this hotel making your stay a pleasurable one to remember. They have very high standards in cleanliness and in my opinion it's outstanding. I would like to personally praise the morning breakfast staff. One staff member in particular, Pam was one of the nicest most friendliest persons we ever met. She was so pleasant and asked us how our meal was, as well as another very friendly staff member working alongside her. I would like to say that I am diabetic and never once have I ever not found something I could be satisfied to eat for my breakfast. Everything is prepared perfectly and they have a wonderful selection from fresh fruits to waffles for the kids! We always look forward to the beautiful breakfast they prepare and very much appreciate the extra they do to make guests feel at home! I give them a ten out of ten for that! It's hard to please every appetite but I'm sure even the most pickiest eaters will find a good nutritional item for their breakfast here! I would like to Thank you for that! We as guests truly appreciate all that you do here to make us feel at home. It is because of this quality of standards that make us want to continue to return over and over! The room is very beautiful, big room with bubble bathtub. We have lived many BEST WESTERN PLUS hotels. This one is the best. Staff was very nice and helpful. We are so late checked after midnight. Very enjoyable stay!

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying here when we were in town for the Beach Boys concert June 30th. Excellent staff...great rooms at a very good price. If we had an issue it would be that there was no bar or restaurant except for the breakfast included in the room pricing. In an area such as this with a full sold out hotel..a bar / lounge would have made it a top line stay.

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable and, sound stay at the Best Western in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. The Staff were very helpful. We will be staying at the BW more often now! We would also recommend everyone to enjoy a vacation or business trips there!

We loved our stay. This hotel is extremely clean and the employees always courteous. The breakfast buffet was awesome and served fresh daily! They have a big selection from eggs, ham, toast, waffles, croissant, chocolate croissant, bagels, cereals, juice, coffee. They also have gluten free cereals and almond milk. Good to know if you have a gluten intolerance. They also have nice pool if you want to enjoy with your kids. The hotel is right next to a grocery store and a few restaurants. Only a few minutes away from Meadows beach and Carters beach.

We stayed overnight here on our way home from a trip to Yarmouth. We arrived quite late but there were plenty of rooms available. The lobby is quite nice and gives you a great first impression of the place. All the rooms have queen beds, which is very nice and the prices are very competitive. In fact this room ended up costing less that the Comfort Inn in Yarmouth was going to charge us for two double beds. The place is quite new and so very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good and there was a great variety of items to choose from. With a great price, fantastic rooms and good food I highly recommend this hotel.

New building easy to find not far from highway friendly staff located near fast food and grocery stores free dvd movies . lots of parking. Hot breakfast with waffles eggs and meat. Nice small indoor pool

The room was clean and one of the best I stayed in. More importantly, the bed was super comfy. The pool was a good temperature and the area very clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The clean, cool decor of the entire building was the type that made you think that you must be important to stay in such a nice place and makes you sad to leave. I loved that Tim Hortons was close and McDonalds. I highly recommend the Best Western Liverpool.

Best Western Liverpool has an excellent ,friendly, and helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast that is included had a wide variety of options to choose from and the breakfast staff went over and above to meet the needs of all guests. This hotel is definitely a great place to stay!!

This hotel is located right off the highway. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even called our room shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was to our liking or if we needed anything else. The only negative about the hotel is that you can clearly hear the people in th next room. We could hear someone snoring in the next room even with our tv on. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at your beautiful hotel with its lovely lobby and comfortable beds. We had time to visit the community and friendly people. We stayed at the Resort Digby Pines although an old Resort the Beds were very lumpy both the King and Sofa Bed and flat pillows. When we were checking out we didn't even rate a Thank You or a Good-Bye which I wrote to management about. The old adage you get what you pay for didn't apply in our case and both my Friends said they had a better time at the Best Western Liverpool. We would highly recommend the Hotel and can't say enough on how kind and friendly the lady was on our checking in and the Gentleman was on checking out and had a few laughs with the Gentleman and the lady housekeeper so it was a nice way to start our day. Thank You all.

We stayed at the Best Western and it is only 2 yrs. old, very clean and well maintained. The service is excellent. The staff is very efficient and professional. I would recommend this hotel highly, as the rooms are very clean and well maintained. This is an excellent place to rest your head and eat a hearty breakfast.

A real hidden gem! Right off 103 for easy access. Town of Liverpool has lots of historic interested along with great places to eat. All within a short driving distance. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Front desk could exchange US currency into Canadian which was convenient versus getting to a bank.

This was not our typical Best Western stay, as normally we are travelling on the road. The only similarity was the 1 night stay. The location is wonderful and close to many of south-east Nova Scotia's attraction. Very easy to navigate to the hotel and around the vicinity.

I'm just going to say two things that I hope the hotel can improve: 1) the pillows are too thick - there are two options, but i think one should be a thin pillow; 2) breakfast could have more options (but it's good). Other aspects are very good. Comfortable beds, spacious room, location is good, etc. I gave it a solid 4 star, or 4.5.

Booked this hotel in Feb/16 when found out Beach Boys would be playing right across street from hotel... Have stayed at this hotel in the past and always have great service, clean and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast and easy to get around the town... Best stay for a concert....

Great place to stay, loved in lobby decor . The breakfast was amazing !! Just with the pool was open longer we didnt even get a chance to see it. Pet friendly places are huge to us and our friends and am very happy this is !

We stayed for four nights, from check in to check out all was fantastic. The staff at the front desk answered all our questions and were very helpful, even when we didn't know how to get our cable to work in the room. We stayed in the King Suite. Staff would check with us early in the morning after breakfast to see if we needed anything, i.e extra towels, coffee, etc. They were always courteous and did a great job with our room. The two staff at breakfast again were very nice, checking to make sure things were okay and we certainly enjoyed our hot breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel - friendly staff, well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast and very accommodating overall. I will definitely be back to Liverpool. The hotel is centrally located - close to walking trails, restaurants, coffee shop, etc.

This place is approx 8 years old and still 'like new' in many regards. A bit pricey though at $122 CD (w/ tax $140) with AAA discount. There are no views and it really is not in a prime location, other than the events center. It was a nice room with 2 queen beds, fridge, and flat screen TV. Clean throughout and quiet. Lots of parking in a relatively safe area. The events center across the road might make things noisy and busy but nothing was happening during our stay. Breakfast is the typical motel chain variety with no surprises. With so many mismanaged and misnamed 'PLUS' properties across the US this was a welcome change and worthy of the PLUS name. Leave it to a Canadian city to get it right. We were happy with our stay and would return.

I don't know how a hotel chain could vary so much from one spot to another.This Best West is just out side Liverpool where dining is very limited but they don't have a restaurant,not even a cafe,what's with that.They offer a hot breaksfast which was very good for travellers,but if you stay there you have to forage for lunch and dinner.Also no bar but you can get drinks brought to your room ??Anyway service at the desk and breaksfast was good and nice rooms.Super quiet as well and the hotel was quite full when we stayed,next to the beautiful Emera Centre.

I stayed at the Best Western for a couple nights for work. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size, comfortable, clean and I appreciated the kitchenette. There's a Sobey's, Superstore, McDonalds, Subway and Tim Horton's within a 10 min walking distance.

I've stayed at far more expensive hotels and not had the service and amenities offered here. Breakfast, snacks, comfy beds, great rooms, and great staff. Lovely! And beds were comfortable too with tons of space.

My wife and I spent a week exploring the coast of Nova Scotia from Yarmouth to Dartmouth and we stayed at this Best Western in Liverpool. Thinking it would be central to what we wanted to see without too much travel from one end to the other and it seemed to work out. Very nice, clean room situated at an exit close to where we parked so loading and unloading were easy! Priced reasonably and the amenities were more than adequate with a hot breakfast for you waiting in the mornings, it was very nice and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in the suite on a whim one day. The room was wonderful and spotless. The room was very quiet and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast is definitely worth staying for! They have eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, make your own waffle bar, hot and cold cereals, fruit, yogurt,baked goods, bagels, toast and fresh coffee. I am planning on returning a few times a year.

Super clean, super friendly. Great room, clean pool, one of the best free breakfast I've had in a hotel. You cannot go wrong staying here. We paid extra and got the suite. Two tv's, large living are, bar/kitchenette. Great for kids and teens.

My son and I went for a quick weekend road trip to Carter's Beach and really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. Rooms were clean and updated, we went for a swim in the pool and I was pleasantly surprised!! Water was warm, plenty of seating around the pool and we were the only ones there! The hotel is really clean and quiet. Loved our stay!

Just off the highway making it a perfect place to break up a trip from Halifax to Yarmouth, very high quality fixtures and fittings in the rooms, very modern very clean and great staff, plus the breakfast is excellent. Plus you have walking trails next to the hotel which are great to unwind on watching nature etc The only negative is the outside look of the hotel, the doors you go through to enter reception look like you are entering some warehouse somewhere ! so management stand back and look at this and you will see what I mean. We will stay here again and hope it looks less like a warehouse

We have hosted our "Hot on the Ice" women's hockey tournament in Liverpool for the last 4 consecutive years. Having this beautiful, new hotel right across the road is one of the reasons teams keep coming back each year. The staff are extremely helpful and always friendly. The hotel is beautiful and they accommodate everything we need. I recommend staying here to all my friends and family who visit the area.

Best Western Liverpool, NS goes out of their way to accommodate the women's hockey tournament teams in Liverpool in May each year. The staff are over the top friendly, helpful and accommodating. They provide a meeting space for the entertainment on Saturday night and the continental breakfast is always plentiful and hot. It's a great weekend away with the girls and supporters.

I booked this hotel because I was here before and enjoyed it. This trip was completely the opposite I am sitting here writing this with 3 hours sleep. There was a conference going on here last night so the place was full. When we checked in the other couple we were with were on 1st floor we were on 3rd. We asked if we could get closer together and she was just no sorry your type of room is only offered on the bottom floor. We said what type of room. Well the type of room was wheelchair. NO ONE was in a wheelchair nor did we ask for a wheel chair room. We said this but she didn't care so off we went disappointing but no big deal. Then came the party. Don't get me wrong we are all up for a good party but our husbands had to be up for 6:30 and our room was still vibrating from the "conference" two floors below at 1am. I called front desk and her solution was "we can move you!!" Are you serious? You couldn't move us before and I am 2 floors up from the co defence room where were they going to move me? This foolishness went on all night with doors banging showers running people yelling. Best Western may have made a fair amount of money last night from the "conference" but they lost 4 customers that always enjoyed Best Westerns and referred people. Good job Best Western Liverpool I will not be recommending your hotel ever!

Great staff, elegant decor, good value, beautiful location, A must stay for any trip along the south shore! This hotel has spacious rooms, high ceilings, a fridge and lots of counter space in the bathroom.

Our room was clean and the bed were comfortable. The surprise for us was the hot breakfast in the morning (sadly, it ends at 10:00). The location of the hotel seems odd at first but it's well placed for the entertainment venue they have at the end of the street. The deal we had gave us a $10.00 Tim's coupon and a $20.00 voucher for a local pizzeria. Both were well appreciated and oh so delicious.

We travelled from Ontario for a wedding and got booked here. We were not disappointed. The lobby was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast, which was included was very good, they offered hot and cold items and all was very good. Lots of seating. The location is close to some grocery stores, a Tim Hortons and other little shops. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is easy to find, the parking lot might be a little small if the hotel is full, but there looks like there is overflow parking adjacent. The check in was quick and the desk staff was able to provide area maps and directions to the highlights of the area. The room (326) was clean and comfortable with nice furniture, a sofabed and chair and a king bed. The indoor pool was nice and we had it all to ourselves, it might be prove crowed during hockey tournaments etc. The hot breakfast was nice and had a good selection. All in all it was a nice generic experience if not particularly memorable. I would say it was 3.5 out of 5. I would stay again.

I booked the family room for my granddaughter's sleepover party. The room was a great surprise, large and spacious, a huge bathroom, and a separate bedroom for the sleepover girls. They had a blast using the pool, though it was not as clear as I like, and had free movies to watch. After a great night, they had a wonderful breakfast, and another swim in the pool before checkout. We will be doing this again for sure. Thanks for the great time Best Western, Liverpool.

This is an excellent spot to stay when doing business in and around the Liverpool area. Excellent friendly staff and very clean. Pride of all the staff is evident. Easy access from the highway and great amenities make it the easy choice.

An amazing hotel. The GSA's were awesome and friendly. She put us on the third floor away from the kids. The room itself was amazing. The bed was comfy, the pillows were comfy. in an awesome location. the hot breakfast was so good, just wish that it was available til at least 11. Great location. i would stay there again for sure!!

I spent a very pleasant weekend in this lovely hotel. As part of a group of basketball families, we all had a fantastic stay! The rooms are modern, clean and very spacious. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the hotel was very quiet at night. The entire hotel is clean, very well kept and is decorated in a warm and cheery manner. Breakfast was included and was above average. Check-in and out was stress-free and every staff member I encountered was very nice and professional. A perfect stay!

The Best Western PLUS in Liverpool, Nova Scotia is a great spot to stay and enjoy the area, whether it is for business or pleasure. Our family was down for a couple of nights, for a curling bonspiel and although the hotel was sold out, it did not seam crowded. When the room above us decided to have a pool party in their Jacuzzi, it leaked down into our bedroom area. The staff was quick to deal with the situation and was amazing to deal with. Everyone from the General Manager, to the maintenance man, to the housekeeping staff, to the staff that we called on the front desk, made us feel like we were first priority. They are a true example of "great staff". I would highly recommend this Best Western !

Part of a large group for a youth sports event. Hotel still quiet. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms and all areas of hotel were clean and bright. Excellent breakfast. Had issues staying connected to the free wifi.

excellent value for your money, great staff, great food, very comfortable rooms. our family experience was very good, we were visiting this area for a curling tournament. several teams stayed here and I did not hear any complaints

hotel was great and accomodating, however it appears the whole town shuts down at 7pm on a Saturday night. After 8pm, we had to get supper from Superstore, as it was hard to find a restaurant still open.

Very clean hotel, great breakfast, very accomondating to your needs. Staff are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. I will definitely stay at this location again and reccomend it to my co-workers to stay there during there travels down the south shore.

Nice hotel but not very welcoming for hockey groups. Had a very good sleep and breakfast was good. Not very accomodating for larger groups that include children. Hotel staff did not seem very patient or welcoming

Exceeded my expectations, very clean hotel, great location and the breakfast was the best I've had compared to other Best Western Hotels. The breakfast lady was on top of things, no small feat considering there were 6 soccer teams staying at the hotel. Staff made my stay very enjoyable, recommended an excellent restaurant and provided me with a loaner charge cord for my phone.

We ended up staying here when the weather turned nasty, and glad we did! The hotel is very clean. There was a hockey team staying too, but we didn't hear them. The breakfast is a full serve yourself breakfast that was monitored (topping up and cleaning up when necessary) very efficiently by the staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with places to eat. If you are travelling in the off-season though, restaurants don't stay open past 8-9pm.

A great hotel with great staff. I have stayed here several times and as always it lives up to my expectations. The rooms are extremely clean @staff are great. It is quiet and the complimentary breakfast is awesome.

New In the past year or so. Rooms are large well laid out, bright and very clean and tidy. All new furnishings. Room comes with a bar fridge. Right off the highway yet close to all of the Towns services. Easy walk to grocery stores, liquor store with the civic centre next door. Great complimentary breakfast. Newspaper at no charge. Fresh apples at the front desk.

I was there one night so I didn't have time to take full advantage of the facilities. But I visited the pool area and fitness centre and I would have enjoyed to use these. my room was well appointed, clean and attractive. Facilities are new and in good order. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here with no complaints about anything. Our room was awesome. We stayed in the one of the family suites and I would say it has to be one of the biggest room we have ever seen. The morning breakfast was very good, a nice pool and staff was helpful. Check in/out went smooth. The hotel is just off the highway with a few fast food places, a grocery store, located nearby. The parking lot has plenty of space and shares the same spot with the new hockey arena.

I have stayed here many times for work and am always very pleased with the room, the people and the service. The rooms are clean and well-appointed and the beds are usually very comfortable, I never have time to stay for breakfast, but friends have told me it's very good.

I enjoyed my brief stay and my hotel room setup was really conducive to working comfortably in a living room environment, which I enjoy when on the road. Bed comfortable, room clean and new, breakfast great. Can't get better value than this.

Clean, comfortable hotel with pool. Close to highway, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and check-in was rapid. Good hot breakfast with real eggs and good coffee. Halifax paper at the door in the morning was a nice touch. Only fault was fat pillows only. Many hotels have a choice of fat and flatter pillows.

Each year I am part of a girls' road trip. Each year we stay here. We swim in an immaculate pool. The hotel is quiet. There is ample parking. The rooms and baths are spacious and are decorated nicely with seashore art. There are several pleasant spaces ,well decorated and with comfy furniture where one could chat in pleasant surroundings on the ground floor. There are lots of windows. The breakfast is hot and the coffee is yours to choose.There is an elevator to the second floor. Everything is sparkling clean.

I was extremely impressed by this hotel! It was immaculately clean, all staff greeted us with a smile and were very accommodating to our needs. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the food selection was excellent and the modern décor was pleasing. This is my choice for future hotel stays!

From the moment I pulled into the yard, I was impressed with the hotel property. This hotel is fairly new. It was just built a few years ago. It is very modern looking. The room I had was huge. Breakfast was included in the price. I did pay a reasonable price for the room and did not regret staying there. My rating for the sleep quality had nothing to do with the bed.

Just off highway, but quiet -new, clean, well run hotel with good value, and reasonable free breakfast. Friendly staff, and easy access to local/regional sights. Free parking, of course, and OK sized pool. We stayed an extra night

I brought my wife to Liverpool for our honeymoon last month, and we stayed at BW. It was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious each morning, and the room was very spacious and bright! We definintely enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come back to Liverpool, we will be staying at BW again! Thanks for your hospitality!!

Was pleasantly surprised to find new, modern facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast had everything we needed. Room was ample, clean, comfortable bed. Internet was a bit spotty, but otherwise no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay in Liverpool. It is a beautiful town along a picturesque river. The Lighthouse park area is beautiful. The Best Western is newer with nicely appointed rooms and a decent complimentary breakfast. The staff was also helpful.

This place is SO clean,the room was a nice size,quiet.The lobby on first floor was so inviting for groups of people,to sit around & talk,share drinks,etc.,nice soft blue leather furniture made for atmosphere & super lighting fixtures,saw some men taking pictures of the lights!!

We had won a couple nights stay at this motel. We were expecting a nice room, yet were in a suite. The size and comfort of the suite were outstanding. Lots of room to rest and relax in the sitting area on leather couch, chair, or work at desk. Kitchenette also provided. The bedroom was spacious with a king bed. Art prints on the walls are beautiful, and reflect South Shore scenes. Everything was exceptionally clean, and all amenities were properly working. We made use of the free rental of a dvd one evening from the front desk. Breakfast was outstanding, with a good variety of hot and cold items, including make your own monster waffle. Some good! The staff were courteous and competent. Overall a perfect room for a relaxing getaway. Great value.

We had great service from the check in to check out with a lady(?) that was excited that we were getting married in the area.As my husband (now) is from Hunts Point and we wanted our wedding guests to have a good price and clean place to stay. Everyone from our wedding said how clean and friendly the staff was and enjoyed the hot breakfast in the am.
