    « Quiet location »

Initially given a room next to the lift (304) .Very noisy so changed to 303 on the opposite side of the corridor -much quieter.Cant understand why hotel uses these rooms when the hotel is not full Frosty reception.Average breakfast .Good bread. Long waits for lift

« Reasonably priced hotel with pool in quiet location »

My husband and I stayed at the Regina Palace Terme for 3 nights in early October 2016. The hotel is in a nice quiet location within a few minutes walk of the main street in Ischia Port. Our standard double room was clean and comfortable if a bit on the small side. There is a nice small pool with plenty of sun beds at the back of the hotel and a spa area in the basement which we didn't use. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was fine for a few nights stay and reasonably priced compared to some others we looked at. We had problems with mosquitos and came home covered in bites. This wasn't the fault of the hotel, but I'd advise taking some insect repellent and After Bite if you're visiting Ischia as it seemed to be a common ocurrence.

    « Great dinner deals »

I spent 5 nights in this hotel and I was happy about that. The hotel had very good dinner deals. I love all waiters and waitresses here. They are so nice and professional. I would love come back again.

    « Fantastico »

Gorgeous hotel we had a lovely room overlooking the pool, buffet breakfast was amazing as was the spa although small it was so therapeautic after a day's sightseeing. Staff were so helpful and we would like to give a special mention to Emmanuel who went the extra mile.

    « Beautiful experience »

My cousin and I loved this Hotel. Our room was perfect and very clean. The staff is very courteous and friendly especially Martina who took time to show us the rooms and the entire property. The location is very central and very quiet. The pool area is very nice and the beach is only 5 minutes walk down the road and free of charge! I am definitely going back!

    « Lovely hotel »

Brilliant hotel, great staff and pool. We came following 2 days in Naples, completely tranquil hotel surrounded by greenery. Beaches are fantastic and visited a wonderful spa recommended by hotel, expensive but well worth it! Outside spa with so many different pools and showers, something unlike anything in the UK! lovely tavern at the end of the street looking over the sea We would defiantly re visit, don't be put off by bad reviews!

    « Good for a carefree holiday »

The best points: location, large terraces in each room, cozy outdoor front side patio, lush green, quiet, beautifully landscaped garden with a good sized pool, smaller indoor treatment free to use in the afternoon, small beach area (with free entry and chairs) out of the hotel's site, at about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Weak points: old, outdated furniture in the reception and the common areas, weak wifi connection in the rooms, food without much creativity, little atmosphere overall. The main entrance is from a road which becomes pedestrian area from a certain hour in the afternoon makes somewhat difficult to get in and out with the car.

I am totally unable to explain how this hotel has a 4**** rank. We have just stayed there for two nights, paying just under 1000 euro. The hotel is completely run down, never modernized, ugly and dirty. The service is bad, even considering the regional tendency to be bothered by having to put up with work and clients. It must be a joke that it is named palace ? third world gym would be more suitable; I never saw any "terme" and the spa is just a side business going on in the basement. Expensive as hell, as everything else. The swimming pool is, again, dirty and small; they seem to enjoy having neighborhood cats running around. Checking out, not only they tried to rip us of for never used minibar items but were also unable to explain how to get out of the island; any help is completely out of the question. This hotel will ruin any prospect of decent vacation you might have.I am totally unable to explain how this hotel has a 4**** rank.
