Best Western Concord Inn & Suites

It is hard to associate this hotel as being a Best Western. It is very overpriced for a very tired, poor experience. The hotel staff do their best with limited resources and ways to remedy. We reported issues but nothing was done. There was blook on our room ceiling, and the room was not clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was nasty. It was a very expensive hostel.

Excellent Customer Service, Staff Really Care About the Customers. The breakfast is healthy and perfect for someone that likes a small breakfast. The hot tub is very warm but not too hot, and the jets work on a timer, about 20 minutes at a time. I like having the ability to do my own laundry. The rooms are fairly large and it's pretty quiet. I love how warm the heat can be. Very clean, very nice hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

We brought the kids to just get away from the house and to enjoy some family time. Had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. Our room was clean and plenty big enough for us to all have a room and enjoy ourselves.

Needed a clean and well priced hotel for my wife and myself for Christmas visit to see children and grandchildren. Best Western fit the bill. Close proximity to the family and easy access to highway. Overall great experience.

I often stay at this hotel during business travel to the area. It's conveniently located for my work, provides an absolutely reliable experience, offers a friendly staff, clean room, and a simple hot breakfast, all for a very affordable price.

Front desk person in the afternoon/evening seemed to want to be ANYWHERE else. I had to engage HER to check me in. Had a few more interactions and she basically stared through me each time. The person that checked me out the morning of departure was very nice and congenial. The people upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants banging drums until 2am.

It's been a few years since we've visited your Inn. What a great job you've all done in updating the rooms and the facilities. Really great improvement. Very nice knowing we have a wonderful place to stay when we visit family in the area. We'll be back for sure.

One of the worst Hotels. They overcharged and took advantage of the race weekend at $500 a night. We were there for a funeral and had no choice. To stay in this hotel where there are homeless people in the parking lot, a smell of over deodorizing to cover up all the other nasty smells and having to pay a ridiculous three night minimum at $500 a night is not a place to recommend! Then they had the nerve to charge an additional $100 twice for a late check out fee when we were at the funeral at 9:30 am and left from the cemetery to go home. DO NOT RECCOMEND NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

While we often stay at Comfort or Quality Inn, this Best Western was in the area we needed and the price was competitive. The room we had was well updated as was the bathroom and it was clean. Our only quibble was that we thought a grab bar in the shower would have been a good safety upgrade. Also, while the breakfast was average, there was a gentleman who provided exemplary hospitality. He greeted guest, he anticipated their needs, he offered assistance and kept things meticulously stocked up. He helped guests arrange their seating to accommodate their group size and made an otherwise routine breakfast noteworthy. There was a tip jar and we tipped generously. Also, all the hotel staff at check in and housekeepers were very cordial and friendly, again making this a noteworthy stay. We may have paid a little more but we received a quality overnight experience.

The representative at checkin was unable to provide at snack bag or water to us as elite members. She was also not knowledgeable of the rewards program in general. The morning checkout representatives were alot more helpful and empathetic

The front desk staff was fast and friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone, the only downfall was checkout was 11. I will defiantly be back

I checked out of my previous hotel because they did not have a microwave and that hotel was more expensive than BW. I came to BW and they exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and had everything that I needed. The walls are thin and you can hear other people walking and talking but it wasn't enough to interrupt my sleep. Most of the traffic was during the day anyways. My only suggestion would be for them to add more breakfast options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I had the opportunity. Affordable and worth the money.

Due to car problems, we had to book this hotel at the spur of the moment on a Sunday afternoon for that evening. Our reservation was confirmed, and we checked in about 10 minutes later. All was in order. And we got into our room right away. Our 2 Queens room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Friendly front-desk staff was very helpful. Location just off the interstate. Highly recommend!

Good wholesome family environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities fitness room, pool, laundry etc. Nice breakfast selections and fresh hot coffee. Definitely a good smart travel choice. A+

Everything was comfy. from the bed, the room, the staff, just a pleasure and would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean. all the amenities you would need were provided. just an overall pleasant experience

Extremely well managed and maintained.A five star rating is deserved for their free breakfast buffet every morning Clean,comfortable and quiet..Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere..Close to historical sites and shops and restaurants.

Room was ok and clean. Staff was friendly. I wasn't happy about my card being charged an additional $50.00 for what they said was "incidentals". There was literally nothing extra provided. I won't stay at a Best Western again because of this shady business practice and I'll be telling other travelers to avoid it too. Shame on you Best Western.

Front desk person was super-helpful and attentive, going out of her way to research my membership and bringing us two gift bags (water, snacks) right after check-in. At breakfast, a team member was quickly cleaning up tables as they were vacated. The room was clean. Walls are thin and noise from the hallway was disruptive at midnight and again at 2:00 am. We could hear the ceiling creaking as people on the floor above were walking around. For the price of $169 and $139 in November 2022, I expected a better facility.

It was a clean place. Close to downtown Concord, but not walking distance. Close to highway. I was only there for an overnight stay so didn't get to enjoy their inviting indoor pool and hot tub. Rooms were comfortable. Hot showers. In room microwave, coffeemaker and fridge. Breakfast in morning was very satisfying. Travelling solo I felt safe at this place. I would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular room. the rest of the hotel was subpar. Parking lot, Lobby, Halls and Stairwell were all sketchy/filthy. Everything but the room smelled like an ashtray. Breakfast look good from a far but was neither fresh or hot. after throwing out the hot food I had a bowl of cereal and a granola bar.

We stayed at the hotel for our early fall vacation, the room was very clean, the breakfast was very good and was varied a bit each day. The road noise was a bit annoying especially at rush hour.Would stay there again

When I called, they wouldn't honor the rewards program price I saw online, so I had to book it online with spotty reception in the hilly country. This hotel is in an iffy neighborhood, kind of industrial, with a trailer park and some kind of treatment center nearby. The supposedly nonsmoking room was attractive enough but smelled like cigarette smoke. Later, we saw that another woman changed from 2nd floor (where we were) to 3rd floor because her room, too, had smelled like smoke. The pillows were small, and it sounded like there were elephants walking around above us. Two days later, when we realized we had left our SD card in the room, with all our Niagara photos, they said they hadn't found it. :'(

The room was very good, service was great, hotel has all you would expect to find, the location is on a nice quiet street off the highway but easy to find, the check in and out process was very easy, id stay here again, my only complaint is the mattress was to firm for my liking.

very disappointing. The room was OK but the bed was very uncomfortable and there were two pillows of the exact same type. They were thick and did not compress at all; woke up with a stiff neck. The breakfast was horrible. I hate eggs floating in water and limited other choices. Didn't care too much to see the attendent using the same tpwel to clean the chairs and table top AND the windowsills!

The front desk employees were always great no matter who was there. However we had a few cleanliness issues in our room, and they pool and jacuzzi we're dirty. Also not the hotels fault but it seemed like once the sun went down shady people started coming out of the woodwork.

Price gouging, dirty, across the street from drug treatment ctr so questionable guests in and out. Dirty/items not working. Was a complete train wreck. Staff was rude and contacted manager on several attempts finally got some answers and assistance. Would stay away from here

The positives were the front desk staff, the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast with cold and hot items available. The negatives were the condition of our room and government-subsidized residents loitering about the hallways and exterior making you and your car feel unsafe. Our room was well equipped with a microwave and fridge but the condition could much be improved. There were stains on the mattress and on the bathroom walls. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling of the shower and mildew on the shower curtain. A drawer of the nightstand was filthy. The vinyl on the desk chair was completely peeling off. We almost left but decided to just stick it out since we were only passing through for 1 night. We would not stay here again. Pay a few more dollars to stay next door at the other 2 hotels nearby.

This hotel was a great deal. We have been traveling New England and this was the best place we have stayed. This was a great deal for the money as well as pleasant. The pool was heated and clean. It was a nice size and the whirlpool was awesome. The breakfast had so many options from waffles to eggs to pastries. Highly recommend.

After our arrival a fight broke out in the room close to ours. I heard a woman screaming, slaps and then something hit the wall. I gathered my things and went to the front desk to asked to be changed to another room. The person at the front desk told me they were full. I told the person what happened. I attempted to find another hotel in the area. With graduation the closest hotel would have been Nashua. We decided to stay and returned to the room after I felt like things had cooled down a little.. when we were leaving the next morning. I found that the hotel is across the street from a drug and alcohol treatment center. I was on a friend's and family rate and even at 100$ I feel that the price was too high given the atmosphere and the area. The hotel reeked of cigarettes. I do not remember if it was suppose to be a non smoking hotel. I was traveling alone with my daughter and did question our safety.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past, and have always enjoyed our time. There were some little problems this visit but nothing terrible. I simply wished we had been previously informed about one thing especially.

The room had a broken glass lightshade the ac was leaking the rug was wet . The breakfast sausage was dry. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The outside was very messy. The rooms was clean. They let us move to a different room the next day.

The room we had backed onto a very busy road and the traffic noise was pretty bad. Ask for a room on the other side of the building if you're going to stay here. Room was okay, what you expect at Best Western. However, the breakfast area leaves a lot to be desired. Hot serving area was broken, so only cold options available. Stuff happens, sometimes out of management's control But the area , especially the garbage can swing g lid was filthy,to the point you would not want to touch it to open it. Try opening one of these with your elbow while balancing dirty dishes from breakfast! This should be addressed by management. Maybe staff shortages caused by covid, but not really an excuse

This stay started with an illegible room number on the key card leading to us trying to enter an occupied room. (Best Western apparently has a policy against saying the room number aloud.) This was followed by the realization that the sound insulation in this building is such that you could hear mice square-dancing in the room above you, (if there were mice, which there weren't as far as we know). Next, there was no reading light on one side of the bed. And then there was the short-sheeted comforter on the bed that only reached about half way up my ribcage. All in all, not someplace we would stay again.

hotel very easy to get to. Ample parking. Desk clerks very professional. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. Hot tub great temp along with the pool. (jets on hot tub not working 2nd day though).

Our stay here was absolutely Terrible. When we arrived to check in the girl at the desk was bawling her eyes out. There was a no smoking sign posted in lobby yet the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The room was beat up - mold on shower curtain , broken bureau , no lamp shade on light, broken glass on other lamp, cigarette burns on curtains , stains on sheets , I broke out in hives when I sat on bed - bugs ? The bed was like sleeping on plywood. I will NEVER stay here again , in fact we were going to leave the minute we checked in but all hotels in area were booked. Very disappointed at Best Western to operate a hotel this way. BEWARE!!

Room was ok, bed is swaleback old mattress, AC was had to trick into working. Suite room has one bathroom so if you need to have adults in there you need to use the lobby restroom to do your business, or intrude on your roommates. Staff is mostly interested in being on their device, not the least bit in their guest comfort. In my opinion they suck and will not ever stay at ‘BestWestern' if I have a choice.

I have had great stays here in the past but it looks like there is a hockey tournament in town which means it's ok to block the hallway and make all kinds of noise while sharing mask-less conversation with your friends, family, and everyone else who just wants to get to their room...The picture provided was the scene as we walked back to our room through 20+ adults and children. This is why we still have a pandemic.

HVAC kept our room at 55 degrees. No fix possible. Maintenance staff and mgmt weren't on site to address and apparently couldn't be reached. Only 1 extra blanket available. Froze all night. Two adults had only 1 bath towel -- very unsanitary esp in the age of Covid. Couldn't wait to leave - we won't be back.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. They rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and breakfast was very slim. Decent hotel/experience. Went out for breakfast at a local spot.

This motel smells awful, the room was dirty, the carpet was flooded, the a/c was broken, the shower head was broken, the whirlpool was broken, the room and lobby are poorly lit and dingy, staff was unfriendly.

With Covid, the biggest challenge I have found is finding an open pool and hot tub at a hotel. This property offers exactly that. The property also does not try to be something it's not. It's an average rated hotel and it offered just that. Overall the hotel was and provided exactly what I expected. Depending on my needs, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was nasty. Towels were stained. Blankets were stained. Staff was rude. Reported problems no one checked in or even asked us what was going on. Staff hung up when attempted to call down instead of going down to lobby

Everything worked but breakfast sandwiches were lukewarm. Beds were uncomfortable. Internet connections were sporadic. Pool was in good condition and large for a hotel. Hotel was accommodating victims of a local fire which is commendable but noise from the kids was annoying but is outside the hotel's control.

First - This WAS my " Go-to" spot for my business stays I have LOVED this hotel as my favorite recommendation for my visiting business associates This hotel was/still is reasonably priced This hotel STILL has reasonably clean rooms ( after all it is a hotel) I arrived to find 2 police officers handling a young woman screaming at them while a young man steered several wagons of belongings past the front desk and dropped outside the entrance way - The young man appeared to be impaired and zombie-like I checked in , dropped my belongings and headed out for dinner I returned to find the young man and the woman that police were talking with , outside surrounded by their belongings ( woman was in pajamas ) I went to my room ( 325) and walked past many doors that were cracked open, locked my door and all night heard slamming doors and hallway conversations I slept really well - but in the morning a went downstairs for breakfast and was passed by several really sketchy characters in the hallway ( sketchy as in drug addict) in the breakfast room there was 1 person I ate what was a decent breakfast sandwich for COVID i got up to get coffee and turned to find some guy sitting in my seat filling out paperwork . He and his lady friend were attempting to CHECK -IN at 8am ,these 2 were sketchy as well ( again- sketchy as in drug addicted) They were pleading for a room on the first floor ( many rooms on the first floor had windows open with people wwalking around in various states of undress almost like it was a marketplace !?!) I was really saddened by the deteriorated state of this property and would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU FEEL YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF. I can take care of myself DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!

Most hotels are limiting the amenities during covid. We very much appreciated the pool, fitness center, and hot breakfast being available here. In fact, we chose to come back here for those reasons. Keep up the good work!

The lobby of the hotel is very clean. The front desk team went above and beyond the expectations of there actual job. The pool and fitness center are in immaculate condition. The wifi works exceptionally well. The rooms I stayed in is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and there with whatever you requested within 5 minutes or less with asking. The Best Western is my overall favorite hotel for all people from all walks of life.

Good value for the cost. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was fine considering the Covid restrictions. The kids enjoyed the pool. Good location, there were lots of dining options close by. We would return.

I selected this hotel due to the close proximity of Pats Peak. It seemed to be the only hotel in a 20 mile radius that had both a pool and a hottub. Rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. The pool and hottub were spotless. The staff was exceptional. Very pleased with my stay.

We stayed there twice this year, Summertime as well as at thanksgiving time. The place is clean, The staff was exceptionally friendly, The swimming pool was really good, kids had a blast there. They were however consistently low on food during breakfast time, most likely COVID related. The last one is more of a Best Western Signature by I have to say the incredibly bad coffee.

We found this hotel online the night before, we were on a new england road trip. This is above a regular best western. The room was really nice and comfortable for the over night stay. The customer service was very professional.

Air conditioner was broke the first day. Called to fix and they came twice. Still broke. They gave us a fan. Room was at least 90 degrees. Horrible. Not very professional and never appologized. Maintenance man was nice but front desk was not understanding and apologetic at all. Not sure if a big deal to anyone but no fan in bathroom and super hot. Wouldn't stay again

Once again and old BW hotel was renovated and not in keeping with the ambiance of more modern facilities. The high-ceiling room was covered in gray paneling and had an interesting choice of decor. All of the lights were bright CFL/LED and the glare actually hurt our eyes. We chose to watch TV without lights on. Although clean, the bathroom was dated. This is one we will not be revisiting when we're in Concord.

The good news - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. The bad news - Don't stay at this Best Western if you need to get any sleep. I suppose the building is an older one. We had connecting rooms and people in both rooms were kept awake through the night by footsteps overhead and sounds of showers and flushing toilets. When I mentioned these problems to the staff at checkout, there was no offer of a discount. We were there for a gymnastics meet. We would have gotten more sleep had we driven all the way home to Maine and back to the meet the next day. Although everything else was fine, I can't recommend this location if you need to sleep more than 20 minutes the night you're there.

A very clean nice facility. We had stayed once before around Thanksgiving. Front desk was patient and explained how my points worked. They were there every time we had a question. When I woke up and went down to my vehicle, I had a dead battery. Went to the front desk. One of there employees said she had jumper cables and with her own personal vehicle, jump started my car. The Gentleman using working the Front Desk assisted her. Super nice people. Then between 10:00 am - 11:00 am the Hotel experienced a power surge. Knocked out lights for only a second, but computers, elevator and other things had to be reset. No panic from the staff. They got everything up and running quickly and STILL provided exceptional service. Ownership of this facility should be proud.

Nice and polite front desk staff, a standard breakfast that was ample and available. The convenient location is ideal for travellers. The hotel is on the edge of town just off the highway, and there is a very good restaurant at the end of the street. The pool area was ideal for kids.

It is always nice to have one's expectations exceeded, and the Best Western just kept ticking the boxes. With the exception of a very crowded breakfast area (on a Sunday morning), every experience with the hotel was easy and efficient. And once the 9:00 AM rush was over in the breakfast room, it was easy to enjoy the generous free breakfast and even have a pleasant chat with one of the friendly breakfast attendants.

This was the perfect location. The pool was nice and warm in addition to the whirlpool. The front desk provided us with a deck of playing cards upon request. A little bit noisy from the highway and people in the room above us but a good stay nonetheless. Mini fridge and microwave in room are always a bonus.

I stayed here for one nite & it was a good hotel. The front desk assoc. was friendly & professional. The room was on the 3rd floor & was clean & cozy. The only things I would change would be the water pressure in the shower & I was able to hear thumping bass from someone's music coming from another room. I couldn't pinpoint where it was, so I couldn't contact the front desk. Thankfully, the music stopped around 9p. The breakfast had a really good selection & you can never go wrong w/ Belgium waffles.

Booked the hotel since it is ~20 minutes away from Pat's Peak and has a pool for the kids. The room was nice, had a separate sink for the bathroom and the kitchenette area. The staff was great as I have food allergies and so were helpful in figuring out what I could eat from the breakfast buffet. I would stay again.

Place will give you the creeps. I was awakened at 2:00 Am by some people screaming in the hall way. I notified the clerk and they quieted for a few minutes and then it started right up again. I shut off the heat and used the constant fan to drown out the noise. This place is a dump and I would wish it on anyone.

Great stay! My family had a skip trip in NH. We stayed in BW for two nights. It is a clean place with good amenities. The first night we stayed in a room next to the utility room which is noisy. We requested to move another room for the second night. It was much more enjoyable than the first room.

Very good hotel and great value. The rooms are well done, there's a microwave, refrigerator, and the room is spacious. The water pressure is great and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast is hot with fresh selections. I definitely recommend this Best Western.

The room was clean and spacious .The breakfast had many choices to choose from. Food also was very good. Employees were very curteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this Best Western. When traveling I always look for Best Western to stay in.

Brought my grandson here for a stay to have our annual christmas time together. Was very noisy until 3 am. Hotel was clean but not a good nights rest for us. Probably will seek another spot next year.

Easy checkin/out. The staff was pleasant and helpful .All needs met. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient to the highway and restaurants. Coffee available in the lobby 24 hours.

Had a very nice stay and they have a good staff. Pool and hot tub was great. Breakfast, well, not so great. I would recommend staying here. Rooms were quiet, we had a suite, two bedrooms and that was good for our family.

There was friendly, helpful efficient staff, clean rooms, extra amenities such as laundry, swimming, work out room and computer station, was glad that I choose to stay there and will happily stay there again.

The room was dark, with worn furniture , dated décor and needs updating. The lighting was not good, the chairs were worn with chipped paint, the air system was noisy and had to be turned off at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Soon after checking into our room, I became aware of the smell of stale beer, apparently emanating from the carpet. I tried to ignore it, but it just got worse as time went on. The young woman at the front desk was lovely and gracious about relocating us to another room. Huge improvement in the aromatics department. It smelled clean. We happily went to bed, but did not get much sleep. Although we sleep with silicon earplugs, which usually enable us to sleep through almost any noise, we were continually awakened by the loudest water pipes we've ever experienced. I come to a Best Western to sleep. Period. We got precious little of that here. Hence the one star.

Nice looking facility but apparently short of staff by accident or by design. Stayed 2 nights. No room service even though we told front desk we were leaving (1 pm????). No towels in swimming area. Had cell phone so called wife. Was later told towels were available at front desk. No sign. AVOID!!

Outstanding hotel. Very modern decor. Rooms were extremely neat and clean. Rooms were also a great size with a lot of amenities in the room. Hotel as a whole was extremely clean and the staff members we encountered were all very nice. My only complaint was I thought the room rate was a little on the high side ($177.00) before tax. Again, just my opinion

Used our Best Western membership card and were upgraded to a two-room suite, which was a treat. Nice spacious rooms. Breakfast was included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short drive to downtown.

Quiet and clean and room had everything we needed for a stopover in the area. Evening and morning staff pleasant and helpful. Can't comment on the pool area as did not use. Rooms very modern and furniture and carpet seemed new.

Chain hotels never get me terribly excited. This was very clean, had a nice convenient breakfast, and was located where we could travel around easily. It was quiet, and there was no big traffic noise. The guy at the front desk was very informative and helpful. He sent me to a seafood restaurant that was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great wifi, nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast, very pleasant staff. Very quiet, great location, easy to get to right of interstate, great restaurants in close proximit.

We stayed here on our way from Boston to Maine. The rooms are very big which was nice since I have 2 rambunctious little boys! We stayed right next to the exit and never woke up due to noise. Breakfast was amazing! We got there a little late but staff made sure we didn't want anything else before they started putting the food up. My only complaint is there was a spider in the bathroom but I know that sometimes can't be helped. My son found a beer cap in the room somewhere. They were everywhere outside as well.

This is a wonderful hotel! It is the best in the area! Excelent prices, always clean and great customer service. I have stayed here many times with In The past 2 years and ever stay is always a excellent experience.

Best Western is very reasonable. I stayed 2 nights for a family funeral. The room was clean and well cared for. But, The fixtures in the bathroom showed signs of wear. I could tell that something had happened in there and it had been haphazardly repaired. When I go to a hotel, I don't want to see evidence of the previous guests. The rest of the facility was exceptional for the price. I enjoyed the pool for a morning workout. The breakfast had a good variety of healthy choices. The location was convenient. However, there are no restaurants close by. So, if you don't have a car, be sure to bring your own food and use the fridge and microwave in the room.

This Best Western hotel room was a great price for a good hotel. Comes with breakfast(which helps keep the cost down). The location of the hotel is meh but close to a lot off different shopping. Spacious room too.

The property itself was ok but shortly after 8 am someone pounded, and I mean pounded on my door. Before I had a chance to get to the door to see who it was my door started opening. If I hadn't flipped the little lever they would have been in my room while I was in the shower. It was housekeeping and they did not announce themselves. I was only there for the one night so there was no reason for housekeeping to be coming into my room before I checked out. I complained to the clerk when checking out and the woman behind me in line said she had the same thing happen to her. Very disturbing. Will NEVER stay there again.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to Canada and this was a great place to stay. We got friendly service from everyone here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The rate was reasonable. The hotel is easily accessible from I-93 at Exit 13. We would definitely stay here again.

I was driving the back roads of NH looking to put up a homeless woman in a hotel. The hotel, due to her abusive ex entering and stalking her down, caused me, the person who was just trying to get one battered woman off the street to pay 550 extra dollars AND I get banned from the hotel. We booked a two bedroom suite. The room was very clean, and up to date. The hot breakfast every morning was delicious. The front desk service was fast and friendly. We had a great stay, Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good! Staff at the reception was not bad and the bed was comfortable enough to have a good sleep. To require more with the service, would say since no shops around better to have beverage light food seller.

The location was extremely convenient. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was amazing. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and timely. The breakfast was good for the amount of money I paid. I'll be staying here for my next graduation in two years.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and easy to find. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very close to the highway and all the major restaurants were only an exit away. The breakfast was AWESOME! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Checked in and given the room key. Went upstairs opened the door and there was already a guest in there! Went back downstairs, sorry for the mix up, given new room and that was that. When I asked how they were going to rectify the situation the manage said , give me a minute. No , let me take some money off, no anything. Could have been a very dangerous situation. Be careful and always use the other locks on the door!

Good room for good price, near highway and very kind staff. Breakfast was at the level or higher what you can expect from such hotels. If you wish to stay in a hotel near to the highway in Concord, New Hampshire for a night, this is a good choice.

The bathroom in the suite we stayed in had blood splattered across the light and up the wall. Disgusting room. When I reported it to the manager his only response was oh they must have missed that when they cleaned. The beds were hard and lumpy. I would strongly suggest using a different hotel

Nice spacious room and the additional sink and counter space in the fridge / microwave area was convenient. Good breakfast. Slow checkout. Noise from the highway may lull you to sleep but it will wake you in the morning.

Reported heat was not working and the was no one on duty to look at the problem. Front desk girl came up to check it just to say it was blowing out cold air while heat settings were on. She offered blankets. Hotel was fully booked so there were no more rooms. Freezing cold night. Will not go back.

The place is Nice , Clean , friendly employees, fair price Great place to stay. I have stayed the a few times while in town for business. It has been consistently good! The front desk people are especially kind to deal with.

When I walked into my room, it was small for 2 queen beds. We did not have much space at all. When I checked the beds, as I always do, I found a booger on one of my pillows. The beds were newer and they did not have any stains. The rest of the room was clean. The hot tub is very small as is the pool.

The staff at front desk were great. They took great care of my family and the guest service was awsome as they cleaned room and got us all we needed for our stay to make very enjoyable. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious

We have stayed here twice now and it has always been a good, quality stay. The rooms are clean, the little kitchenette in the King bed rooms are a plus! Would highly recommend for Skiers. I know they have a deal with Pats Peak, it is also a 40 minke Drive from Mount Sunapee. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which is a plus. It is also close to the downtown area with great restaurants. Would defiantly stay here again!

The room was quiet and pleasant. I was disappointed that free breakfast was not included, though a few pricey choices were available in a small area off the lobby. Generally, this hotel is ppurposes for conference s and business travelers.

Spent the day skiing at Pat's Peak with friends. Best Western Concord was an easy drive from the mountain and restaurants are barely a 5 min drive. We picked Best Western for price, location and pool facilities. The kids enjoyed playing the pool while the adults rested their sore muscles in the hot tub. Breakfast the next morning had a good variety of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage , waffles and so much. We will be back!

Enjoyed our quick stay. Front desk super friendly! Complimentary breakfast was low quality but we managed and didn't leave hungry. Rooms are clean and location was central to where we needed to be. I would stay again, but probably skip the breakfast next time.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday in November. Had to cancel the first night (the same day) because of a sudden, fast-breaking, snow storm. They did not charge me although I was no longer in the cancellation window. Everything was perfect; food cleanliness, pool, amenities.

Not understanding some of the negative reviews. I have stayed at this property multiple times and other than being caught in some weather related complications, I have never had anything but a pleasant experience. Yes, it is not super fancy. I have stayed in 4-5 star properties and frankly, I prefer that every room has a coffeemaker/sink/microwave/mini fridge and a comfortable bed. The breakfast bar is a step above most others in this price range - eggs, sausage and/or bacon, potatoes, bread/bagels/muffins, cereal, yogurt, DIY waffles. Pool is not huge, but decent size and they still have a hot tub. During my most recent stay (Nov '18) they were renovating some rooms, perhaps that will please those who were calling it 'tired.'

We arrived and the girl at the desk charged us more than the online price. I didn't push the issue as I was not in the mood to be a stickler about $7 but I did mention it was different, as I gave her my card...she didn't even acknowledge it, apologize, ask further about it, she didn't care. Then after traveling all day, gas station bathrooms and national park hole in the ground bathrooms I just wanted a nice fresh and clean bathroom. Nope, room 205 had hairs on the toilet. I am definately the type to call for service at that point but I figured I'd do the job myself then it would be done right. Then we listened to the person upstairs for 3 hours sounding like they were coming through the loud creeking floor. The person was pacing nonstop so it made it extremely worse which is not the hotels fault, but the flooring that obviously must have been water damaged and extremely old is. And when I tell you this person that never sat, pacing on 1/4 inch, rotten, 100 year old planks it is not an exaggeration. I have a snapchat video I wish I could upload. Close to 9pm when this didn't slow down I asked to be moved. They only had more expensive rooms which I wasn't giving them anymore money, which I told her and then said I would grab my husband and leave. She said she would call the room above and ask them to quiet down which I am sure would have made them mad, and probably made them jump up and down all night. So we packed up went to get a refund and only then she said she would give me another room for the same rate. We would have had to pack up anyway but not lug it down and then back up had she told me 10 mins before. Which I mentioned and again, no apology, not a care, nothing. The next room we got was cleaner but had dust and cobwebs just the same. With that being said the 1 star they did get was for the breakfast, many more choices than your typical hotel breakfast. The lady kept everything stocked...by herself! Proceed with caution

As Best Western Hotels go this place is good. However, be careful that your reservation is set for a late arrival or any other delay in arriving. This place fills up fast and your reservation may be cancelled and room given to some other party.

Enjoyed a 1 night stay here. Room very large and well appointed. Hotel has small fitness centre and good coffee in lobby to help yourself to Breakfast was a bonus, a bit of everything and helpful staff Road traffic noise might be an issue for light sleepers, we had no problem but were aware of it when waking in morning, after a very comfortable night

Room had a bad smell, refrigerator/freezer did not work, curtain was ripped. Breakfast was pretty good. We were abel to get a new refrigerator brought up to the room. Had to buy a can of air freshener to get through the night and then left after one night when we were supposed to stay three nights.

This hotel is great! They have a fantastic staff and super clean rooms. I would recommend this to everyone. Breakfast was so good and beds were very comfortable. My kids loved the pool. Keep up the great work Best Western Concord.

The hotel is very well situated...close to the important highways and to down-town.They allowed us an early check-in and we got a beautiful room with 2 queen beds,big T.V and a nice bathroom.Breakfast was excellent and everything we liked.They have a small heated pool and a hot-tub.....We certainly will come back to this hotel......

As I say the room was adequate it was very clean and felt safe. It's not a luxury hotel but the price reflects that, very good value. The staff are helpful and friendly, the breakfast is as much ch as you would like, but it is functional and out of town, but if you want to have a base to explore the area then you could do worse

My wife and I had just flown into Boston from Long Beach, CA and we wanted to spend the night outside of Boston on a Wednesday night. Hotwire found this hotel and it was priced accordingly. The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. We were on our way the next morning with no issues.

In town to take in old haunts and visit relatives, I found this Best Western and it turned out to be a great experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was large with two queen beds, big table for using the computer, plus a full counter with microwave, sink and fridge. The beds were comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean ... except for the carpet which could be replaced. My only complaint: when I arrived, it was very dark outside and when I found the light switch for the entryway, with the back light from the hallway and the extreme dimness of the entry light, I had to literally fumble/stumble my way into the room to try and find another light to turn on. There are no overhead lights, just a desk lamp and the lamp between the two beds. With all of them on, the lighting is adequate. But the entry light was dimmer than my nightlight at home! Otherwise, a great stay. The breakfast was hot (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes), plus there were cereals and juices and decent coffee. A great place to be for an extended stay.

The room was big and clean. The laundery roon is small but fine. They have an in doors pool and hot tub. A lot of parking places. The breakfast was amazing. Full of options and clean and fresh food. We really enjoed our stay in the hotel. The workers were nice and caring

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the room was really filthy and outdated. For 137 USD per night I expect better quality. Dark brown floor carpet with visible dust in all corners. Bathroom ceiling tiles with big stains from past leaks. Visible yellow stains on the white bed cover, yak, we all know what this means! The guest before us had been scraping his/her heels when sitting on the bed, and the shredded callus was lying on the carpet still. That's what I call a filthy room, yes. During check-out, I was not asked how the stay had been, whether I had any feedback or anything, They just couldn't be bothered with you. This hotel lacks the basic courtesy and customer service. You've paid so they're good. Won't come back here!

ENTIRE staff helpful and courteous from the time of check-in to check-out. I was accommodated with a first floor room as requested due to using a cane and having a service dog. Room was clean, had a wet bar, and very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again nor recommend it.

Friendly Staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and a lot of parking spaces..We were at the 2nd floor and unfortunately you hear footsteps from upstairs at night..but definitely going back to stay, friendly breakfast crew.

We arrived early and Tania on the front desk arranged for us to have our rooms early, she was very helpful and we had a laugh with her about the really bad weather. Cody front desk manager was very helpful too. Definitely stay here next visit to Concord.

Extremely pleased with this hotel. Was a modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great bed, clean room. Excellent breakfast options including almond milk which I appreciated because of my lactose intolerance. Great restaurant called The Common Man located within a 10 minute walk from hotel. Overall great experience at this hotel and very reasonably priced. Strongly recommend it.

Come here for NASCAR race every year..service is great, they take pride in taking care of their customers. They always treat the NASCAR community like friends!! Always very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Look forward to our stay here each year!!!

Staff was very nice. Reasonable price and located in a decent area. Very clean and very comfortable. If we find ourself in the Concord, New Hampshire area again we would stay here again without a second thought.

Nothing terribly wrong with this place, just very average. Hotel was not very quiet. I could hear doors closing, kids running, etc. Breakfast was very mediocre. Staff was helpful, but to this Southern boy not over friendly.

Our rooms at this hotel were such a pleasant surprise. We had low expectations but everything we thought was so far from the truth of this hidden gem. We were greeted by Max at the front desk who was so polite and friendly. He made us feel we were right at home. We met Mike, Michelle, and Leon as front desk staff. All were incredibly friendly and seemingly happy to be there with the exception of one. He seemed like he had a lot on his mind and didn't interact much with the guests. And when I heard him on the phone with a guest I thought, maybe it's good that he is usuallly sitting at his desk. Our room was comfortable, so clean and perfect for our needs. The cleaning staff, although most spoke broken English, were so friendly, kind and accommodating. And the cleaning of our room was impeccable. My husband swam in the pool and found it refreshing. And yes, the walls are a bit thin, so the noise level at times seemed high but I found that it is that way at most hotels. So nothing out of the ordinary and I suspect if I had brought it to the staffs attention, they would have professionally handled it but it was so not necessary. It was kind of nice hearing other people our age enjoying their stay. Lastly, the breakfast setup for this kitchen d of place is phenomenal and the girl running it ( Julie?) works hard and does a great job. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows are too soft but then all hotel pillows are too soft. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way as it needs to be rehung and sticks at the top. When I closed it completely so I didn't have to over share with my children, I couldn't open it. Thankfully my kid was there to push from the outside. I'm not a small man and I couldn't open it. All I could imagine is being stuck in there all night. The panic is real. There was also a random stain on the comforter. I too had the too hot and or too cold going on in the room as others have mentioned.

We only stayed here one night on our way to Portsmouth. The room we had was very clean and a good size. The rate for the room included breakfast. You could have the choice of 3 different cereals, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, yoghurt, juice and different types of breads and bagels. The Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Another reviewer had posted 2 days ago that the hotel was “run down and dirty” and I wonder if he posted to the correct hotel. Every area that I saw was very presentable and clean. The lobby and breakfast area was fresh, a landscaper was working outside, my room had new carpet and paint and other recent updates. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient; management seemed to be on top of things. Although the location was convenient for my business trip, I will agree that that the hotel is noisy. There is no “good” side of the hotel that is shielded from the highway noise. I'm glad that I had ear plugs with me. Every noise from adjacent rooms can be heard – from closing doors, heavy footsteps, and plumbing. Even the floor shook occasionally with thuds from other guests. The room was convenient, with fridge, coffee maker and microwave, and outlets in all the necessary places (no crawling under the desk as I've experienced in some hotels). Breakfast was typical and adequate. The bed was definitely too firm compared to other places. TV remote didn't work and a hair dryer was missing, but that's forgivable. I didn't use any other services or areas of the hotel so can't comment on those.This hotel was up to expectations, but next time up this way I'll choose a hotel that's not so close to the interstate.

The hotel was run down and dirty. Issues that were shared with staff were not appropriately handled. The shower was leaky and scalding hot or cool. The room was freezing or hot, no in between. The beds were the least comfortable beds I've ever tried to sleep on and the room smelled terrible. Every sound from inside surrounding rooms and outside could be heard all night. Worst hotel stay ever.

we have been staying here a few times a year for the past few years. The staff is friendly and helpful - when we asked about a good restaurant for dinner they had several recommendations -we like one place so much we dine there every trip here.

My husband and I stayed here for my husband's graduation weekend. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, full breakfast was delicious, checkin and checkout were very easy. My parents' room was right next door to ours. They got a suite, which was huge! Had a fireplace and jacuzzi and spacious rooms.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and my elderly father enjoyed a good game of chess. Even with the busy weekend, comic book show and basketball event everything was perfect.

Stayed overnight one night last minute. Check in staff was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had a lot of options and area was clean and well stocked. Only negative was I was put in a first floor room near the lobby and pool. Was busy and noisy, walls are thin. Otherwise, great value. Will stay again.

Check in and out services were fine. The room was spotless. However we found the bed to be much too firm. Linens were fresh and clean. The problem was the we were in a 2nd floor room. The room above us on the 3rd floor had a squeaky and creaking floor. Anytime the guest upstairs would move about normally the floor would continually squeak and creak. Even to the point of waking us up. Breakfast was one of the better features with nice options including scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage. Found the coffee to be mediocre.

Hotel was clean and close to restaurants & stores. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was a nice added touch and overall we were very happy with our stay. Would visit there again if we happen to be in the area.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and attentive staff. The breakfast offered a nice variety but the BW waffles at breakfast are awesome. The only thing that would have topped it off would be hot syrup! :))

This hotel was a great value for a business conference I attended. Location was close to downtown Concord, and it was very clean and felt recently updated with a small kitchenette and couch. Bed was comfy, although pillows were a bit soft for my liking, but plenty of them! Rooms and hallways were clean, and room was well lit. Highway traffic was noticeable, I would request a room that doesnt face the interstate.

I have the worst dust allergies in the world--and they weren't triggered once in this hotel. I can honestly say that that has never happened--usually even the fancier hotels have staff that forget to dust the curtains--this place was immaculate. The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is due to the age of the amenities-(which were showing their age)-but the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was sleep-able--when so many other hotels concentrate on fancy schmancy and forget about the important things, that matters.

When visiting concord, i have stayed with best western for years now. Its not fancy, but clean and they offer a hot breakfast. I feel as though they know me, therefore feel secure. Would recommend. Helpful friendly staff.

We needed connecting rooms. Michelle at the front desk worked to make it happen. Front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were all accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. Loved staying here. Clean, comfortable beds and great accessibility. TV is great. Internet is slower than some but coming back feels like coming home.

We checked in for 1 night just to give our kids a night away and a pool and hot tub to swim in. Our room was dirty and under the sink was little black things. Not sure if mouse poop. Wasn't checking it out. After bringing the kids to the pool, which we didn't stay at because it was packed with people not even staying at the hotel, had to go back to our room. I went and spoke with the front desk clerk. We were given another room to stay in. I was also told that the pool was open to the public during vacations and that the public is asked to leave after 7. Basically customers staying at the hotel have to wait until after 7 to actually use the facilities. We waited until after 5 to go back down and there were less people. About an hour or so after we were in the hot tub, pool, an employee comes into the pool area and goes in and out of the pool pump rooms. After he turns off the hot tub, we realize the hot tub is greenish brown. He finally comes over and says don't go in there, too many people today. Make sure you shower really well!! I am besides myself. I had stressed my concern earlier about the pool being dirty and too many outside people. I also didn't realize this was a smoking facility. We opened our door to go to the vending machine and there was a plume of cigarette smell in our face! Disgusting!! Not a happy customer!

This is a nice place to stay in Concord. Rooms were clean and quiet. Small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and coffee area. Pool and hot tub. Hours 7 am to 10pm. One drawback pool area is open to public 7 am to 7 pm so very busy pool in a not super large area. Was chaotic with Lots of throwing balls in pool and jumping. Not as private and easy to use. But nice it's available to their community. Clean and pool is very warm. Free Breakfast area filled with options and hot waffles. Open 6 - 10 am. Free coffee all day long. Very nice staff members. We had Maxwell at the front desk. He was extremely helpful. Restaurant and stores very close by and easy to access off i93. Would stay again.

Not satisfied for the price I paid, I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for almost the same amount of money, they had water leaks and damage floors were wet and dirty, the room was freezing. Just not a happy customer.

Stayed for 9 days over Christmas at this hotel, Parking was free and plentiful, and snow plough kept it free of snow. Check in was quick and we got a room on the top floor as requested. Room was clean and after requesting a regular sheet and towel change, was OK. Breakfast included hot and cold items, waffles , bacon , sausage and scrambled egg, although after a few days got repetitive. No problems, would stay again.

The Best Western has very reasonable rates and a great staff to assist you. The rooms are spacious and clean with great amenities. Highly recommended! Great location to downtown Concord as well. I did not use some of the facilities, but they have a wonderful selection to choose from as well.

Very close and convenient to Hwy 93 and not far from the Manchester airport, this hotel provided everything needed for a night on the road. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was cheerful and willing to help. The breakfast included with the room offered several good choices, and tea and other snacks were available at other times of the day. The hotel has a swimming pool, exercise room, and internet access in the rooms and on public computers. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge, and other amenities are in the rooms. Parking is free.

This hotel is just the place you want to be when you have children and want a pool. The staff is thoughtful and efficient before you realize what you need.....like information on area restaurants or places to see during your stay. After ski hot tub is a huge benefit as you watch your children swim in the pool and the beds are so comfortable. Sometimes you just feel like eating in the room which the microwave and small refrigerator are just perfect! for. Enjoy! this place is the BEST!!!! .

The 2 room family suite is a great deal and good set-up if you are traveling with children. We were able to borrow a pack n play from the hotel, and keep our baby in one room, (on a sofa bed) while my husband and other child slept in another. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and we got a great deal.

We went to a christmas concert to celebrate Christmas and the staff was extremely helpful.The weather was horrendous and we had a fabulous visit. The lady at the breakfast staff was very pleasant.She went out of her way to make sure we had hot food.

We stayed here. Between landing at Boston and stowe. We had a good sized room. There was a small swimming pool. The breakfast was included and very good with the waffle machine yoghurts fruit and bread.

The rooms were great. Especially since we had 2 dogs and they allow pets. The breakfast choices were awesome. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the beds but many hotels are like that anyhow. Location in Concord NH was very good as downtown is only 5 minutes away.

Will stay here again.. clean rooms and very polite staff.. they answered all of our questions and offered to help get a taxi.. nice to see young people that were happy to be at their jobs .. even gave us go bags since we left before breakfast.. that was much appreciated

Bathroom and bedding in 2 rooms were disgusting. Hotel was sold out and there was smoking going on in the building even though it is a non smoking hotel. This hotel would be ideal if the rooms were clean and the smoking policy was enforced.

I was here for my anniversary and the staff made the entire stay absolutely amazing and i cannot wait to be able to return. The room was clean comfortable and relaxing which is exactly what i needed!!

Located just off a main hwy for easy access. Friendly staff, clean rooms, well appointed--all a tired traveller could ask for. Continental breakfast much the same as others. A nice beverage bar adjacent to the desk and breakfast room.

We were on a road trip of the northeast and needed a place to stay as we decided at the end of the day - this hotel was perfect! Great price, easy to get to, comfortable bed and good breakfast. We were only there for about 8 hours, but it was well worth the stay.

Needed a place to stay in Concord NH and decided on the Best Western.Turn out to be a excellent choice ,convenient location, very nice accommodating room and amenities ,very nice and friendly staff.Would recommend

We've stayed here before. The staff is friendly and welcoming, courteous and helpful. Check in is fast. The desk person chose a nice quiet end room for us on the 3rd floor. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon with fruit, and cereals and breads, juices.

You don't expect five gold stars from BW, but “clean” and “quiet” should be norms. Dark, worn carpets were a little suspect, but skanky black stains in the grout in the bathroom were a clear concern. An overpowering smell of lemon scented spray something or other made one wonder what or who might have died in the room. Staff were pleasant. It was hard to tell if the property was sold out for the night, but with an advance reservation and loyalty membership, I might have hoped for a room more than 20 feet from the ice machine and the elevator.

I'm a preferred awards Best Western member and we travel with our small dog when we visit our son in college, in NH. The location has easy access to the highway, the grocery store and restaurants. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful with providing directions and recommendations for places to eat.

Basically situated in an industrial estate, not that close to any amenities. As usual we had booked more than 6 months in advance, apparently this does not count for much, nor being a Diamond member. We were told that a room on the third floor was unavailable as it was the busiest weekend of the year and all the rooms were occupied. However after a pointed discussion we were told that a room which was for someone else who had not yet arrived, was to be given to us. Either the rooms were occupied all weekend or not, obviously not. The hotel itself was ok, the room a reasonable size and fairly clean. Breakfast was about average. It is close to the interstate so keeping the air-con going at night keeps the noise level down. We have stayed at Best Westerns all over North America and this is one of our major disappointments.

I have not had much luck with many Best Westerns. This one has restored my faith in the brand, though. The good: Nicely appointed. Comfy beds. TV hooks up to a computer with no issues Clean. EXCELLENT customer service Looks recently refurbished. Microwave and fridge. The bad: Nothing. Good value, standard breakfast fare, and they recognized me as a Best Western rewards member and gave me a welcome package. (snacks and a bottle of water) Not expected because I don't have many points saved up at this time, but very much appreciated.

The service is very good, but this location has an odor and I think it may have something to do with the carpet. It really needs some type of deodorizer. The breakfast was carb heavy and fattening. I liked the cookies and the flavored water. The front desk made sure to say hello. The sheets were not soft nor was the pillows. I see that the rate is now $109, we paid $145. Overcharged us because it was family weekend at St. Paul's School. If I had paid $100 a night, it would have rec'd a better rating. But, take it from me...this place is not even close to being a 4 star.

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The bed was good. The breakfast was exceptional for at a hotel.....well stocked, tasty, and much better than most places. The hotel was quiet and provided a good nights sleep

My wife and I recently stayed at The Best Western Inn & Suites in Concord New Hampshire as we traveled New England for our fortieth anniversary. It was very reasonably priced, the place was immaculate, the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was typical for this hotel chain, very good and sufficient, the food kept out and the dining area kept neat and clean. Our experience at Best Western in Concord was exceptional.

My mother and I stayed here over the weekend (Fri.-Mon.) We drove up from Pennsylvania for my brothers wedding on Sunday. This was our first time to New Hampshire and boy was it beautiful seeing all the Fall Foliage in bloom. The hotel is in a nice location, close to most things. We ate breakfast at the hotel on our final day, it had a nice selection of items to choose from, typical continental breakfast foods. Our room was nice, it included a little wet bar area with a small sink, fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Our room was quiet, with the exception of other guests letting there doors slam shut. The only thumbs down was that we couldn't check in any earlier since we arrived earlier then expected. But, we were told that hotel was fully booked which is understandable. Fortunately we could get in at least an hour earlier then there guaranteed time of 2 pm. After being in a car for 7 hours we really just wanted to get in and settled, so that was a bummer. Apparently this time of year fills up quick bc of the Fall Foliage and people coming to visit the area, so Keep that in mind if scheduling a trip in October! Just a suggestion for the hotel-For the people coming from the pool, that are waiting by elevator. Some type of carpet in front of the elevator doors to soak up the water from the people standing there would be nice. We almost slipped a few times on the puddles left in front of the elevator doors, definitely could be a safety hazard. Overall nice experience and would stay here again if we come back for another visit.

This hotel was clean and updated, very large room and bathroom. I loved the beds firm but oh so comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. The staff was the best! A+ I would recommend this hotel to everyone such a pleasure to stay here. Great location for getting around Concord, NH.

Arrived late and was given a handicap room. It seemed quite good for someone needing that. The bathroom was large and there was a seat for the tub, also, there was a low sink, microwave and fridge in the room with the bed. The king bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the room is small and a little crowded. The attendant was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they still have carpet in the rooms. The price is very reasonable EXCEPT when there's something going on in the area. We stayed during Nascar Race Weekend in Loudon just last weekend and they charged three times the amount they would normally charge.

Lovely hotel with swimming pool, hot tub and exercise area, all spotlessly clean. Comfortable bedroom and en-suite well maintained and clean. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good parking and free wi-fi in our room. About 5 - 10 minute walk to excellent local pub/restaurant

This is a very nice hotel, with a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and other amenities. The one thing it lacks is a restaurant close by. We noticed some fast food offerings when we turned off, about a half mile away. Breakfast offered hot eggs, bacon and potatoes as well as the popular waffles and other breakfast items. I probably wouldn't chose to stay again just because the location wasn't what would have worked best for us.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The breakfast was the best I've had. It was included in the price of the room and included bacon, eggs, sausage and home fries, as well as several brands of yogurt, make your own waffles, very fresh bananas, Apple's and oranges, cold and hot cereal, bagels, muffins, English muffins, juice and very good coffee. The kitchen and dining area was also immaculate. They also allow pets though charged a $15 fee. I definitely would stay here again if in the area

This Best Western is convenient to downtown Concord, New Hampshire and the municipal airport. It is also fairly close to Boston and Portsmouth which have many sites of interest. The rates are average and fluctuate with the seasons and whenever NASCAR is racing.

I think this is the best hotel in Concord to stay at if you are going to attend a NASCAR Race. They cater to the fans and have free happy hour during NASCAR weekend. Easy to get to and not hard to get to the track.

Rough night sleep as the bed I found to be very FIRM.The hotel was clean, nice pool and hot tub. It is centrally located so easy access to everything. I don't know if I would stay here again or not as I didn't get a good night's sleep due to the FIRM bed.

This was our first trip to New Hampshire. Booked the Best Western through Booking.com. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay. Our granddaughter attends New England College and we will make sure to stay at Best Western each time we come to see her. Great staff, very accommodating and welcoming, awesome breakfast and comfortable accommodations. Thank you for making our stay great!

Very good experience, nice and welcoming staff, good breakfast and it was nice and clean. The only issue I had was the fireplace in the room seemed to be broken. I did not report the issue, so no one came to look at it. The Jacuzzi tub was clean and comfortable.

Excellent staff upon arrival, clean, spacious room with a good selection at the breakfast area. The location of our work project was a consideration and with all combined this hotel worked out very well.

I do understand that the Best Western Concord Inn & Suites in Concord, New Hampshire, is not a premium hotel but I still expect a minimal level of cleanliness and quiet and I'm afraid that I didn't get either. The most notable aspect of the room was the noise, right from the beginning. The walls and ceiling are thin and I heard the cars in the parking lot, the (very) noisy plumbing sounds from my neighbors on either side, the talking in the hallway, the pounding of feet from the room above mine, and so on. Even with the white noise from the room's climate control unit, this was still loud and intrusive. In addition to this, there was a rip in the bedspread, a black mark on the wall, discolorations in the carpet, and mildew on the grout in the bathroom. Moreover, when I got up in bare feet to go shower in the morning, the water in the tub briefly turned brown from the dirt that my feet had picked up from the carpet. I verified this was from the carpet by first cleaning my feet, then walking to and from the window, and getting back in the tub. The water turned brown again. The breakfast buffet wasn't bad: fresh u-cook waffles, some indifferent pastries, bread, bagels, and English muffins for toasting, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes (or biscuits and gravy instead of the latter two items), yogurt with toppings to mix in, three varieties of cold cereal, milk, coffee, and orange and apple juice, etc.. I was up early each morning, so all of the items were fairly fresh. No complaints. Service at the front desk was good when I needed it. The indoor pool and hot tub looked fine, although I didn't use them. Given the noise and the general condition of the room, I have to rate the overall experience as poor. It's one of the less expensive options in Concord but the old adage about getting what you pay for applies.

I'd like to thank the BW staff in retrieving my gray zip-up sweatshirt. We stayed one Saturday night in late July. On our drive home I realized I left my sweatshirt in the hotel room. I called the hotel, explained where I left it but no sweatshirt. Monday when I called the housekeeping staff had not found it either. The next morning, August 1, Max from BW called to tell me the lost hoodie was located on a cleaning cart! Thank you so much for continuing the search and calling me with the good news!

We have staying here several times in the past. Very disappointed on room location, noise level and housekeeping on this trip. DO NOT ACCEPT A 1ST FLOOR ROOM! It is noisy. Outside smoking area is close to rooms and smokers never shut the door so we constantly smelled smoke in our room. Breakfast choices we nice and staff there was helpful. Overall, after years of staying there for our family visits, I cannot see us going back.

Is a very well appointed hotel with nice amenities. Comfortable beds with plump mattress and pillows, but you could hear noises from other rooms. Very nice breakfast very well taken care by the ladies in charge.

Concord is a great place to visit and Best Western is the place to stay. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a lot offered. I will go there again next year.

I stayed at the Concord Best Western for 5 nights for business. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms were well-maintained. Daily breakfast was a nice surprise with a variety of hot and cold options. I will definitely be staying again!

This place has all the amenities you will need, indoor pool and jacuzzi with fitness room. Very comfortable bedding and breakfast was good with many options. If you want a stay with no worries I would recommend this place.

Keep up the good work! Both my husband and I travel extensively worldwide. When we travel in the USA we typically travel with our dog, Diesel, a lovable pitbull. While we love to travel with our dog, we often are forced to book "unpleasant" hotels/motels who charge unreasonable pet fees. This was truly one of best "pet friendly" hotels that we have stayed- Thank you for your hard work and reasonable pet-friendly policy!

Large room with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Bathroom was ample. However, the traffic noise from Interstate 93 could only be drowned out by the air conditioner. Did not sleep well for three nights. The conversations of the guests in the adjacent room could be heard, as well as their television. If you have a choice of rooms, ask for one away from the highway. The breakfast was below- average. Not our usual stay when we visit Concord, but this hotel had the lowest rates. You get what you pay for.

Stayed at the Best Western Concord Inn & Suites during a weekend of Tough Mudder in Loudon, NH. The rooms were connecting and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious as usual at a Best Western. Parking was plentiful and location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again, if in the area.

We stayed at this motel for 3 nights in August. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was very hot! It was great. Breakfast has a lot of options which was nice. The room we were assigned was very clean and even had a couch and bar area with refrigerator and microwave. The Sandwich Depot is a couple of blocks away and we walked there for lunch on two different occasions and had a great meal. The Reuben is to die for along with the steak bomb. Check in/out was very quick and easy. The employees are very helpful and the front desk staff is exceptional. They have a business center which was convenient for printing our bus tickets. They even helped me tape my cell phone back into the case when I dropped and broke it. We also enjoyed the outside sitting area on the nights we were there. Would recommend to friends and family. Would stay again.

This Best Western is one of three new, similar hotels on Hall Street in Concord NH. But, on the main highway through Concord, there is no sign identifying HALL ST. So, know it's at the south end of Main Street, south of McDonalds. The BW is very nice, but is located close to the freeway, so ask for a room at the less-noisy end away from freeway. It's a good value, with a really good breakfast.

For the price it's a decent hotel and worth staying at. Lobby and rooms were clean and updated. Housekeeping skipped our room one of the three days so we had to get clean towels at the front desk which was annoying. Breakfast was decent, but the same offerings each day (after three days you get bored with the same breakfast). Overall though, for an inexpensive hotel it's worth it.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations! Breakfast satisfied everyone including my picky kids. They always had fruit, tea/coffee and sometimes cookies available throughout the day. Parking was ample and lots of great places to eat nearby. Internet was also great and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting our family over the week. By booking on Bookings.com early, we saved a lot of money. Prices fluctuate drastically during peak seasons. Hotel is relatively new, clean and the rooms are nice. They were repaving the parking lot. The stay comes with a full daily breakfast. It is located off the interstate and a bit difficult to find without GPS. This a good recommended place to stay on a budget but book the reservation well in advance of your travel date.

Older motel but very well kept. The rooms were very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was good with LOTS of options to choose from. The employees were friendly as well. Would recommend.

Room was typical Best Western, good location for sight-seeing and downtown shopping. Had a minor plumbing issue immediately upon check-in which was resolved by the time we came back from dinner. Friendly, responsive staff.

We had to find a place USA for a few nights. Price was the main factor. We had stayed at another hotel for the same price and thought it was not a safe area and the room was nasty. This one was extremely clean and in a nice area. The staff was extremely helpful and I would recommend this place anytime.

1 person in our group left an iPad and another item in the room. Max called me about 2 hours after we checked to let me know. You can say that was expected, but still it was very nice that they called me. I arranged for a relative to pick up the iPad and it was returned to us. Overall the hotel is a little run down. It's not quite as nice as the Fairfield Inn, but it's also much less expensive. I would say the value is fairly equal. We chose this hotel because it offered a 1 bedroom suite; none of the other major hotels did.

Hotel staff courteous and professional. Our room was clean with plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and sink. There was a large variety of breakfast choices. Food was fresh with no wait.

We arrived late and used gift cards for our stay. the poor girl at check in had trouble processing them. I think she was new but she was pleasant and made sure that they were processed. The room itself had huge stains on the carpet and smelled. OK for an overnight but wouldn't have wanted to stay there longer.

Beds were clean room was very comfortable air conditioner was on and room looked very nice. We travel with a service dog and they were very accommodating. highly recommend this place. It is not often people know the laws for service dogs and when they do it makes our trips easier

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room and was extremely impressed. One of he nicest yet. We will definitely return next time were in the area. Only downside is it's close to I93. But with the fan running continuously noise not a big problem.

Checked Out Late(Diamond Member) on Sunday July 2nd with HELP of Leon Boff(AWESOME, GREAT, HELPFUL, and KIND; as Manager), and Returned to B.N.H.P. to listen to Boz Scaggs, and Michael McDonald. We booked a king room and ended up with 2 double beds. We were given a room on the second floor. Upon entering the room, one bed had dirty sheets and comforter. The other bed appeared clean so we could deal with it. The towels in the bathroom had hair all over them...nasty!!! The people in the room above us were so loud we couldn't sleep. We called the front desk, but nothing appeared to be done because they continued to loudly thump around their room. Avoid if you can!

I just had a 3 night stay at the Best Western. For hotels in this price range I thought it was an excellent value. The front desk staff was present, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The shower and water pressure was excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety. The hotel was quiet.

Room had some minor paint peeling and bathroom vent didn't work, however, they awesome hot and fresh breakfast totally made up for these minor items. Would give five stars if vent worked and paint want peeling

We had never been to Concord New Hampshire before. The hotel was very good and we had lots of recommendations by the staff on where to go and eat. Really helpful. Book a room on the top floor though as sound proofing not that brilliant.

The hotel had a great bed. Very comfortable. Also had a nice in-room mini-fridge/microwave and extra pillows. Pet friendly. Staff was very accommodating and smiled a lot while they worked. Would stay here again. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

The king size bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast included a nice variety of items to choose from. This hotel was an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend this Best Western location.

We have stayed at the BW on past visits to the area and return to this hotel because we know we will enjoy our stay. The amenities of the hotel include breakfast, pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness room. The only drawback to the fitness room is there is no weightlifting machine. Overall, we find the hotel to be very pleasant.

A great hotel with a great staff to make your stay very relaxing and stress free. Stayed here during the annual Laconia Bike Week festivities and the hotel even made arrangements for providing hoses and cleaning supplies for our bikes. Very convenient to I-93 and a Common Man Restaurant is only 1/2 mile away.

Enjoy staying in a smaller town. Easy to get to . This is a nice hotel for a family. Would have liked the pool to stay open longer and have towels in the pool area. We stayed for three nights during our family vacation.

This is a solid option for weekend or business travelers who find themselves in Concord. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are serviceable... but becoming a bit dated and showing their wear and tear. Housekeeping does a decent job with the limitations placed on them by the age of the rooms. I would definitely stay here again for the quality vs. price point.

If you stay at this hotel make sure that you stay in a room on the top floor... I stayed with my friend and her daughter just overnight. All I wanted was a good nights sleep but being in a room on the bottom floor I could here every step the people above us took, so I was up as late as they were. Beds were fine, staff was good. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. The lights in our room was so bright that we had to turn them off because they hurt our eyes. The stay was worth the price though.

Came here again after visit a few years ago. Complimentary Breakfast has improved with many options: they have scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, home fries. Coffee was pretty good and they even had flavored add ons for it. Pool was very warm. Hot tub was fine. Con: in the room the walls are thin and you can hear others turning on shower, talking, etc. Frankly woke me up at 7:30 with theshowers turning on. Bummer. Guess not much they can do about that. The building is already made. Nice staff. Clean rooms.

The worst Best Western we've been to. Dirty stained carpet, hard to open bathroom door which is broken at the bottom, awful noise from the room above when the other guests were simply walking in their room, above your head (not their fault). Right besides a highway and all the noise that comes with it. Not a chance to have a peaceful sleep or rest. One thing that redeems it a tiny bit : standard Best Western breakfast ok, and constantly renewed. Nevertheless, will not go there ever again

Stayed as a family great service and breakfast . Check in was fast kids enjoyed the internet as it was fast would stay again .Rooms were nice grounds were well taken care of close to a few restaurants .

It's not a bad idea to stay at Concord Best western. The price is reasonable and the customer service is good but the rooms are not insulated well enough to block sounds from other rooms. I still recommend it because it has a nice indoor pool and the reception staff are friendly.

We recently stayed here while visiting my daughter at PSU. We stayed in room 117 and the noise from the room above was unbelievable. It was not the guests fault but you could hear every step. When they took a shower at 11 PM I thought the cieling was going to cave in. They staff left us go to another room so we could sleep. No one staying above in this room. We went back to our original room in the AM. We then could hear the conversation of the guests in the room above us through the vents in the bathroom. The assistant manager , Leon Boff, worked with us to move to the top floor. He moved all our stuff including the contents of our fridge. The staff could not have been nicer. Pool was clean. Breakfast was average though the waffles were a hit.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a hot meal. However, the bed and the pillows were horrible. When you don't sleep well, wake up stiff as a board, and your neck is swollen, there is no amount of friendliness that can help that.

One night stay. Nice hotel, nice room. Room was a little dark because of one dark wall. Wi-fi was good, breakfast was good. The room had a wet bar area, the fridge was awkward to get to because if was right next to one bed. Our fridge didn't work well and we ended up throwing away a couple of things. Room was clean. Hotel is close to downtown.

Very good and moderate in price. The only complaint I have is about inconsiderate guests who are loud in the hallway and allow the doors to slam. I liked the location as it was convenient to everything I needed. The internet service was better than the last hotel I stayed in.

I was very surprised at the fine quality of this hotel.. excellent welcome and check in.. LARGE room.. clean..tv worked well, as did wi fi.. a full warm continent breakfast, eggs and the like, as well as all of the usual breads and treats.. even a snack bag if you left early in the morning..even a small sink and fridge with counter , a kind of kitchenette.. very affordable.. fitness centre and pool.. I would highly recommend unless you require Hilton quality amenities..

Weekend stay for a dance competition. We were looking for a clean place to stay that offered breakfast and an indoor pool. The staff was excellent, very professional. The gentleman that cleaned our room was very professional and polite.

We are Best Western Reward Members so we always look for this hotel when traveling. This was a very nice hotel. The lobby and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We found the staff very helpful and professional. The location was perfect and near many restaurants, shopping, movies and, most importantly, near my daughter who we were visiting. We will stay there again when we visit Concord NH.

Hotyel was very nice, clean, staff very helpful....the only thing that if I stayed at this hotel another time I would not be staying in any room other then the top floor.....for some reason the night we stayed at this hotel...someone from the floor above walked back and forth most of the night...

We were part of a group from Maine which included 6th grade soccer players and their families. The hotel was very accommodating to the girls and gave them the use of the conference room for their breakfast use. The girls enjoyed the pool Friday night. It was a good experience.

We stayed at the Best Western Concord Inn & Suites after attending a show at the Capitol Center for the Performing Arts. The hotel is less than a mile from the Center, making it an ideal place to stay for show goers. Max at the front desk is extraordinary! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the place is pet friendly with ample green space and poop bag dispensers at pet-owners' disposal. It's next door to a Residence Inn, where the pet fee alone approaches the room rate at the Best Western. The money we saved staying at the Best Western more than paid for our two show tickets. Plus dinner. Okay, the Best Western lacks an outdoor fire pit (already a bit of a cliché in the hospitality industry), but, really, who needs it? Be smart and choose this clean, well-run, friendly hotel!

We picked this hotel for its location. It's about a 70 mile drive from Boston airport and we wanted somewhere we could find easily as we travelled into New Hampshire that would be comfortable for a good nights sleep after a long days travel from the UK. I found it to be clean and well run and not expensive. It has lots of standard hotel facilities and pleasant staff.

The hotel is in an area of a string of hotels. Its property lies right next to a very busy highway. It is located within a mile or two of downtown Concord, so it was an easy drive to Main Street for restaurants and to see the state house. We arrived a little after 11:00 AM from our drive up from Boston's Logan International Airport but were unable to check in because the hotel had been completely booked the night before and none of the rooms had been cleaned. The friendly staff apologized and politely told us to come back closer to 2:00 PM which we did. A glass jug of lemon-sliced ice water and thermoses of hot coffee and hot water for tea were directly across from the front desks for guests. Parking is close to the front entrance and free. The hotel was not full when we checked in so we were able to get a quiet room away from the traffic noise. We were happy with the room accommodations as the room was nicely decorated and bright. The room was clean and the bed sheets smelled freshly laundered. In the room was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. However, the closet space was quite small, enough for a only few pieces of clothing; luckily we were only staying overnight. We liked that the bedside table had an electrical outlet so we could charge our phone. A quibble: the mattress had a noticeable dip which means it should be replaced soon. The bathroom ceiling light was flickering and we were intending to report it, but not long after we checked in, maintenance came in to change the light bulb (actually the service man was the owner of the hotel). The prior occupant must have reported it and he came to change it right away. Breakfast was a nice spread of: juices, hot coffee, water, hot water, oatmeal, waffles, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled, cheese omelet, yogurt, assorted breads & danishes, fresh fruit, cereal. A couple of newspapers were on hand for perusal: USA Today and the local paper.

We met an old friend near Derry,and we were driving the next morning to the White Mountains. I remembered Best Western had never disappointed me in the past, so I chose them. There is a string of hotels along the highway. Once again I was not disappointed. The room was very clean the shower was great and in the morning the breakfast they offered was decent. The clerk, Sunny was very friendly when we checked in that night. If you need a place to stay and don't want to worry about anything, stay here.

We got the honeymoon suite and enjoyed the clean, comfortable and spacious room. Max checked us in and made some dinner suggestions. He even printed directions to said restaurants. We were definitely in good hands.

Clean and comfortable beds. Max at check-in was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was good. I definitely would recommend this hotel. The shower pressure was perfect.

Our family of five stayed here overnight on our way through Boston. We were very happy with the size and cleanliness of our room (two double beds). The breakfast was outstanding! Our experience from start to finish was very pleasant!

This was a good place to stay except the bed was too hard and the plug in the tub was broken. Our room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was very good. I would have appreciated "less" smell in the hallways as they use strong scented sprays on the carpet. I suggest getting rid of the carpets altogether!

Stayed here for a night on a trip through New Hampshire. We had the suite - 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Room was very spacious and clean, and sofa bed was comfortable. If you're a light sleeper, you may have issue with the loud water sounds every time a neighboring room flushes or showers. We had no issue with highway noise. Breakfast was good: waffles, eggs (both scrambled and hard boiled), bacon and sausage, breads, pastries, yogurts, juice, and coffee.

The service at check in was prompt and efficient, The Room was spacious and extremely clean The water pressure was excellent and the shower head was wonderful We would definitely book here again- and highly recommend it!!

I reserved three rooms one for us two other rooms for my friends under my debit card. The first night they took money out of my checking for all three rooms plus 6 nights for our room which I was find with that unless we had to leave early. Our friends paid for there rooms on first night plus the rest of week also. Best Western kept my money for the whole week from my friends room then credit back at checkout 6 days later after our friends money was taken out from there accounts at check in. So be very careful reserving rooms on your debit card if planning on using debit card you might not have enough money in your account after Best western gets done with you.

From check in all the way through to check out, my experience with this hotel was great. I was upgraded to a king suite upon arrival much to my surprise! Overall the entire facility was clean and very nice.

Stayed two nights while visiting family. Had a wonderful stay with no issues. The room was clean, the AC was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. we didn't partake in the included breakfast as we dined with family. We would stay there again.

Went to a concert at the Capital Center for the Arts. Really wanted to walk to the show, so didn't have to worry about parking or driving back after a beer or two. Booked the Best Western - about a 1.1 mile walk. All sidewalk to the venue, but coming back it was a bit dark. It is on Hall Street, which seems more residential. Took about 20 minutes to get there. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Lemon water and Coffee pots were full when we got there, along with a few snack and fruit in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet. We could hear water flowing through the pipes pretty clearly during the night when some of the other guests must have been using water. Breakfast was standard fare, but was also very good. There was a pool, but we did not use. I would not hesitate to stay at the Best Western in Concord again. Above average for this type of hotel.

B W is my preferred hotel chain. I'm consistently satisfied staying in B W'S. This property met all my expectations. Friendly check in. Clean comfortable room. Good location.Great breakfast. Nice pool & hot tub..

The motel is located down a bumpy road right next to an interstate highway. The highway noise was loud. The orientation of the motel should have been reversed with public areas (pool, etc.) near the interstate and with the guest rooms as far from it as possible. When I checked out, I saw that I was being overcharged in comparison to the reservation estimate. The clerk had to wait for a manager to come to correct the bill. They were polite but it is frustrating to know that had I not checked carefully I would have been overcharged.

This is the first time we have stayed at a Best Western Hotel. We were very pleased with our stay and with the cost. The location was ideal and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of choices. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. The only draw back was that I thought the bed was too firm for my liking.

A well proportioned hotel with a very caring staff and all of the amenities that you would ever need. An excellent room too. The pool was a very nice addition for family and we look forward to returning for the gym facilities and maybe the conference room as well. Thank you!

This hotel was so clean, fresh, and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room. The breakfast was complete with yummy and healthful choices. We could truly relax and sleep well. Having a 2 queen bed suite for the three of us in our family gave us ample room vs. squeezing in 2 full size beds in other hotels. The business center was useful with the printer and we always love the fresh coffee provided.

I really missed seeing the normal girl in breakfast it was horriable she kept it clean and stocked ive been coming there for awhile so breakfasrt stunk unless you like waiting it was dirty they wewnt friendly like she was sg]\\he talked to everyone there was no bacon no eggs no milk tables were gross and so unfriendly!!! This was my first and last experience staying at a Best Western Hotel. I had a 2 night reservation on Aug. 6th and 7th 2016. I first night was just terrible. I felt like we were at a cheap motel. We were given room 223 which was on the second floor. We could literally hear everything our 3rd floor neighbors were doing,and I MEAN EVERYTHING! We could hear them stomping back and forth. We heard them having sex, we heard them getting into the shower, we heard them talking, etc. We called the front desk at about 1am to complain but the noise didn't stop until about 4am. They did move us to a different room our 2nd night there but to be honest I didn't even want to go back for that second night. This has never happened to me at Hilton Hotel or Holiday Inn which is where we usually stay. I love New Hampshire but I will never stay here again.

There were some issues which I didn't bother to report! I just won't stay there again! I (we) had the two queen bed connecting roomsI The pool was nice! Breakfast was ok! Check-in was ok! I didn't like how housekeeping comes knocking an hour before checkout time. If check out is at 11:00, I may leave at 11:00.

The facility is what I would expect from BW and is clean. Breakfast is pretty standard for these types of hotels. My compliment regards the service. Our car broke done on I-93 on a Sunday evening. Max (at the front desk) was very helpful by efficiently getting us a room reservation and recommending transportation from our vehicle to the hotel. Given that we had two dogs we are appreciative.

We enjoyed our stay at this Inn July 2016. The room was very clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for this type of establishment with bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit.

We stayed at the BW in Concord, NH for a week long tap dance intensive. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast included every morning in the hotel helped since our daily schedule was busy and full. We were very pleased with the staff. They were always pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Lovely welcome when we arrived on a very hot day! Cookies at check in went down well. Basic hotel but much better than expected. Clean and spacious. Our room had a lovely view of the pool. A little bit far from the centre of Concord but we had a car so it was fine.

We were in the area for our child's New England College orientation program. This was our first stay in Concord, NH. We have stayed at Best Western hotels before so we were hoping to expect the same quality of stay, we were not disappointed. The hotel staff is competent and friendly. The room decor was nice and comfortable. We stayed during a heat wave so we were very pleased the air handling was working - it was comfortable - just perfect. The hotel is located close to downtown Concord so it was convenient to go into town for dinner at the Barley House!

Was clean and quiet even though they allow dogs. Never heard any. Breakfast was busy and good. They were trimming bushes while we were there. Looks much better. The outdoor pool is really nice and luckily it was very hot when we're there so we could use it. It's big and inviting. The best thing about this hotel is it's reasonably priced and easy to get to the downtown area of Concord (bring quarters for parking). We did not try the restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but there are two. We drove to the Alewife MTA station (about 15 minutes) and took the T to downtown Boston to walk the Freedom trail and then took it back. $7 to park and 2.75 one way to get down there. This was a Sunday so not crowded and we felt very safe the whole time. If you plan to go to the city this is the way to do it.

One of the Better hotels we have stayed in this Softball Season ... Breakfast was Good and they had enough to feed the Full Hotel. pool was Clean and staff was Great to work with. Will recommend to other Travel Teams.

Ok well my husband did all of the reservation Ect he told me I spoke to a Leon when he asked to speak to manager with a cold voice and attitude witch he had from start to end he isn't friendly at all the front desk made a few mistakes but no one besides Leon and Dacia where very rude like I'm bothering them Leon we saw sitting on a computer for the whole time we were there my husband was very upset and said he never ever has put a 100$ deposit down that's why hotels take your credit card info .well anyway he wasn't going to ruin our to see family and have fun we drove so we stayed T a few hotels, this one by far all but the room there was hair in the tub witch Deb was such a sweet much house keeper when she did our room it was so clean she was so friendly!!!amanda was kinda ugh not to friendly and big difference compared to the normal kitchen lady who went above and beyond when you walk in its so clean the bathroom were amazing so clean the breakfast lady as my 2 lioness would call her (& was always so excited to go see her she was super friendly and good with kids we watch as she had a packed dining area keep all food stocked and clean it looked amazing her max and Deb were the kind of employees that made you feel comfortable Amanda was nice but as I saw everyone working hard she was sitting looking at her phone or out smoking or on her tablet sorry that erks me we asked for third floor witch they did but what really was upsetting is one reason why we choose that hotel was it had a pool I do not blame max who checked us in as he did not take our reservation we ended up moving down to 118 it got hard on my husband the room had a bad Oder but Deb was so sweet and came in and did the best she could to help us wonderful woman . The room was dusty but nice overall ..the breakfast was so great compared to the 4 best western we stopped at on our drive it was so clean stocked and you could find Meliss I think or Martha was her name we only remember her had the kitchen lady she was always available it was so busy but she kept up we were very upset to see only cheese eggs witch tasted like rubber and the sausage was gross we all and I know other guests were asking about that she answered in a nice kind fashion that they were trying different things well almost everyone I saw got waffles plz bring back old eggs and sausage as my granddaughter is allergic to cheesed and they just smell awful but Meliss helped us with the waffles and when we spilt or coffee she rushed to clean it up max was also very good as he ran it until she came to her shift basically it was wonderful the pool would have been wonderful if someone had told us knowing it would be closed the employees except for Leon and Dacia and the head house keeper who was screaming at her workers he could not speak English talking louder doesn't help that was really unprofessional and of course no smile from Leon as we left but the ran to the breakfast lady and they talked about meeting there cousin it was so clean so good close to hwy and stores you can see them ..butt the rooms should be checked by Deb she was great 100% then I have to say max and Meliss handeled a situation that just was amazing a little girl around 2 came out crying for her mommy her mommy left her in her room all alone they came right to her and Melissa got right down to her level while max went to search for the mom Melissa got the little one to calm down and laugh and max found the missing mother amazing that is above and beyond the stay was great we were there 2 weeks not everyone us friendly so whatever and the rooms were special but not horrible I've seen worse Leon smile and stop talking down to your paying customers!!! Amanda smile more and you were ok at breakfast but not your normal thing so we get it but the top friendly people in my book Deb max and Melissa the breakfast was a $ saver !! So we will be back again thanks guys

I went to Three Concerts on July 16th, 17th, and 18th at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH; I stayed at the Hotel( wich was WONDERFUL! ) on 17th, and the Hotel Employees(Amanda, Housekeeping, Melissa, Leon Boff, Max, and Randy) were VERY Accommodating, and KIND!!, THEY went Out of Their Way to Make You HAPPY!!!

I rate this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in, would recommend it to anyone. The staff was always there to help with anything and if you had questions they were there with the right answer. Seemed like they could not do enough for you.Will be staying there next time Nascar is in town, for sure!!

'nough said, right! :):) That said, this particular Best Western has a very accommodating Front Desk Staff, yummy cookies in the afternoon, a great breakfast and the rooms have showers with excellent water pressure. It was a very stressful trip and I needed to get some documents printed, executed and scanned. The Front Desk staff went out of their way to make me successful. Thank you, Best Western - Concord!!

Experienced an overly sprayed with some fragrance room. Technically no other rooms available (?) so we had to attempt airing the room out. I asked for a manager to speak with me and I am still waiting 3 days later. Nice young man on the desk when we checked in but there was not much he could do. Not fun to stay in a hotel room that makes you nauseous. This was an expensive weekend due to a NASCAR race in the area.

I arrived around 10 pm; a very dark outdoor area; and a lot of people roaming the grounds. As a solo female traveler, a bit unnerving. Facilities were good. Breakfast wasn't bad, several choices. Clean and quiet.

The first time I had ever stayed at a Best Western was in Manchester while I was attending a wedding for my two good friends. I enjoyed the one in Manchester so much, so for my trip for this past Fourth of July weekend, I decided to stay in the one in Concord. This Best Western was everything I had hoped for and at an affordable price! The staff is so nice, they put everyone first and make sure you have the most enjoyable stay. The rooms were so clean every day and the hotel is very clean. They give you free breakfast and free WIFI. This hotel is so easy to find and easy to drive in and out of. The reason for my trip was to go visit and see a concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, which is a nice and beautiful 40 minute drive away and plus the hotel is a 20 minute drive to Manchester. It was a perfect halfway point for me. I highly recommend staying at this Best Western in Concord because of the friendliness and beautiful hotel and any Best Western in New Hampshire.

The room we had here was a delight. The only thing lacking was an in-room safe. The staff were wonderful. Check-in was easy and I was even thanked for being a member of Best Western Rewards. A great night sleep after Dave Mathew Concert in Gilford, New Hampshire at NH Pavilion. Breakfast was easy and good.

Easy to find hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff returned a misplaced reader almost instantly while we were at breakfast. Very conscientious staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through Concord.

We really enjoyed our stay in Portland. Our Best Western was located close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk everywhere. That was a good thing because they had valet parking only . Over all it was a great stay.

We asked to change rooms when we prepped the bed for our child to sleep in because the pillow cases had dog hair all over them (and there was dig hair in the fridge). They were very apologetic and quickly let us see the room next door and let us switch rooms. They said someone stayed in our room for a month with a dog and they apologized for not cleaning it right. Very accommodating to make the customer happy by taking $25 off our room. We got in late and left early so didn't use the pool. Breakfast was basics, bagels, cereal, yogurt, terrible watered down coffee. (I only drank one sip and left it behind) the hard boiled eggs tasted old. I was disappointed there was no peanut butter for toast. The scrambled eggs looked gross and like something served in prison. I didn't want to know how the bacon was. We didn't use the waffle maker. I won't be staying here again. Oh, and in the first room, the comforter was so worn....it was starting to shred...see the pic. Also, in the new room I found what seemed to be strawberry leaves on the floor. But I was too tired to complain. See pics...

A lot of my travel is by bus. Motor Coach to be specific - for I am a bus driver. And just like me, a lot of other buses have been in and out of the parking lot at this Best Western. So imagine my surprise when the owner came out of the lobby door with a scowl on his face and carefully examined my bus going under his overhanging entryway. What a way to greet a busload of customers! I wish I could say that this greeting was the only bump in my road during this trip. My room was on the floor below, and directly under the hotel laundry facility. Until 1:30 am the staff moved freely about in the laundry room doing their duties. Unfortunately for me, that meant a constantly squeaky ceiling. Every footstep brought yet another variable of ceiling noise. I attributed the noise to what appeared to be an old property that had been refurbished and renamed. There was no fan in the bathroom, so when showering it quickly became a sauna. The tub had been retrofitted with a drop-in replacement, and so the floor in the tub sagged, and the step into and out of made it necessary to really watch your footing, or end up on the floor. Before you think I'm just nit-picking, the real downfall of the room was that the bathroom was still dirty, with someone else's hair in my shower. Not a place I'll return to anywhere in the future.

Another great stay at a Best Western! The place was very clean and modern. Nice decor. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Easy off and on the highway. I have arthritis and would like a little more softness for the bed but would stay here again without a 2nd thought.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were quiet, plenty of amenities to take advantage of (enjoyed the pool, although the whirlpool's jets weren't very strong, and did not get a chance to use the fitness room due to personal time constraints so I can't comment on that). Microwave, refrigerator in room was handy. Some breakfast items could have been cooked a little longer (bacon, eggs, etc), but good choices with plenty of coffee, fruit, bagels-and waffles were good too. Very accommodating professional and friendly staff. No problem parking. Location close to tons of stores, restaurants.

Bed was soft, felt old, sagged on the head end of bed, staff not very helpful when had issue with TV. Told me that's the way the TV worked, unable to see channels 3rd person finally reprogrammed TV and it worked properly

The location seemed a little sketchy at times (2 police cars visiting at one point), but we didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. I didn't find it noisy at all. The beds are a little lumpy and they kept giving us only 3 sets of towels for 4 people. There is a fridge, microwave, and sink on one side of the room but it's not very easy to use any of these since they are so close to the bed. We found someone else's yogurt in our fridge when we checked in so they definitely could use some more attention to cleaning. The breakfast was okay. Their waffle making machine is very temperamental which means they need to get it fixed or buy a new one. Only 2 juices - orange and apple. They had hot chocolate mix which was nice. The bananas each day looked like they had been salvaged from the trash. Front desk staff was not very helpful when we asked directions/questions and had trouble with the vending machines.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant. The Hotel was located off of the main street away from traffic noise. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with any problems. Heated pool and hot tub well maintained. the kids enjoyed the stay here and we would like to visit again.

It was a mid price hotel that was dirtier than most. The bed was comfortable and had a decent shower. I started out by using water and elbow grease to clean the bathroom floor of trash, hair, and dried on urine. I stayed here because the prices at Holiday Inn was much higher. I stayed 4 nights. I know most hotels are dirty, but this was worse than most. I give it average because the bed was good and had a decent shower. I didn't try the breakfast.

Near the highway and thus noisy. There aren't any rooms that face away from the highway, so there are no really good choices for quiet rooms. Other than that, it's an OK hotel, in reasonably good condition (not great) and reasonably clean (not great), and I got a good price. Breakfast is good, with a make-your-own waffle machine among other things. Except that the coffee is terrible. The staff was willing to move me to a different room to try to find quiet, and I appreciate that, but they were pretty clueless about what would be quieter and ended up putting me near the elevator and ice machine. I gave up and put in earplugs.

I was visiting family & friends and stayed over 1 night here. Room was clean, convenient to downtown Concord and easy access to Rt.'s 89 & 93. Staff was friendly. Forgot toothpaste and they gladly had sample size to give out. They had continental breakfast. They offer a pool and small workout room, but I didn't use them. The room had 2 queen beds, counter in bed area with fridge, coffee pot with complimentary tea & coffee and sink. The usual hair drier, iron & ironing board were also in room. Had wi-fi code for guest.

My husband and I were only in town for one day. The staff was very nice, the room was clean but close to the highway so we did contend with highway noise. Neither of us cared about that though. The only complaint was that there was a very very strange smell on our entire floor. not inside the room but throughout the halls. Unsure what it was. We would stay here again if we were just passing through again.

I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Concord, NH. The pool was fun, clean and comfortable. This hotel was very clean and the staff was warm, friendly and very helpful and made my 2 little grandsons feel very special upon arrival! The only reason I didn't give an 'excellent' is that they need some time of mat/rug along the hallway when exiting the pool area. The floor is very slippery. Other than that - all was great - it was quiet and we enjoyed our time.

I booked this hotel through an agent, expecting it to be either in Concord centre or within an easy walking distance - wrong! Elm street does indeed run into Concord, but this hotel is tight by the highway, some 4 miles out of town. Having said this, the hotel itself is really excellent. Rooms are large and well appointed, with comfy beds and good facilities. Staff are really wonderful, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is generous and offers good variety, although finishes each day a little earlier than Europeans are used to! Near the hotel (literally 2 minutes walk) is a superb Italian restaurant (with the unfortunate name Papa Razzi) - but be sure to book in advance as it is very very popular with the locals. Rooms are quiet, with a handy balcony, although there is no lift to the first floor and the stairs are steep to climb with luggage. Hot drinks and cookies are always available free in reception. A great hotel for a business or family stay, with genuine New England hospitality.

Excellent free breakfast and very polite staff. The room had a large flat screen TV, microwave & 1/2 size refrigerator. The bed was very good for sleeping. The business center allows free printing of documents and the swimming pool (which I didn't use) looked very inviting. Free Wi-Fi.

We had a one night stay, the breakfast was average. Don't expect too much. The front desk staff was both nice and stand-offish. The room was clean but the hotel is dated. Needs upgrades. Next time I may try a different hotel. Free Wi-Fi was great.

Rates were good, they had good last minute availability, and the front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. That said, the first room we were in didn't have a working toilet. They nicely moved us across the hall, but the room was clearly one where a smoker had stayed - it stunk. And the room was one of the dirtiest i've ever stayed in. The carpets were dirty. The bathroom floor and shower had hair all over it. And there were cigarette ashes on the floor all around the toilet. Fortunately we just needed a place to sleep and got out of there quickly the next morning. Can't say I'll go back. Ever

Hotel was clean, well maintained, staff was very friendly & polite. Breakfast selection was good. All public common areas were tidy and easily accessible. Rooms quiet. Pillows too small but other than that the linens, bedding and beds were comfy.

Hotel far exceeds expectations for a hotel in the area. Rates more than reasonable, fantastic clean rooms and services. Easy access to highways, shopping and restaurants, Although our stay was a quick overnight, would definitely consider for a longer stay.

stayed here after having truck problems on the way up to franconia, friendly staff and clean room. couldnt have asked for anything better. rate was reasonable as well. bed was really comfy!!!! didnt make it to breakfast but it is offerred.

I stayed here to visit with my grandchildren and my 87 year old father. We had Christmas in my room. It was big enough for 8 of us to sit and enjoy a meal, a game and of course Christmas presents. I was the only one to spend the night, so this was a king size bed with a couch and small kitchenette room. Leon brought in extra chairs to make this all possible. The room was clean and extremely well decorated. I could live here!

My daughter and I stayed here for a get away while snowboarding at Pat's Peak. We were very happy with the price and the quality of the hotel for the price. The kitchenette was a nice edition for storing snacks and drinks to take with us during the day. Full breakfast was a good value to get us started in the morning, All of the staff were accommodating and helpful, especially after I was injured my first day out. The pool and hot tub were an attractive addition; however many other loud guests thought so too! The pool was very, very chlorinated though, so beware if you are sensitive. This is a perfect hotel for crashing after a good day at the mountain. They would be full constantly if they offered shuttles to the local ski areas.

Nice room, decent breakfast (and Full too which was a Plus), hot shower, plenty of room for family of 4, quiet too. It was located right near the Highway (I-89) so was incredibly convenient to heading back home. Was also very close to some good dining places. Would definitely return if up in that general direction again. Good value for the money as well.

This is a great hotel - great staff - close to pats peak! It was a great value for a multi day stay and everything went smooth during our stay. Rooms were good size and clean - all was quiet enough for our family even during new years eve. We will definitely come here again.

night guy woke up my wife with a noise complaint that was not coming from our room, then hung up on us. left (our fault) her diamond ring on bedside table apparently that is the new form of tips the cleaning staff get

I am always pleased by the hotel in Concord. Parking is convenient. Concord is a nice place to visit. The TV in the eating area was interesting. I was, as always, thankful for the hotel's presence, especially for the Thanksgiving holiday.

We were tired after journey, Leon Checked us in upon check in real quick, a really nice employee, he explained us about other website use and call directly benefits, will keep in minnd of that, thanks to him for that. Property is little bit old, needs upgrade, indoor pool was so nice and warm. Sunny has really great sense of humor, management should use his talent at days not at nights, he possess really good potential to be a good manager. We were just talking about food, like he just read our minds and we just stopped by at desk and even before asking he told us about all the place that would be open at a moment and who would deliver to us at our room. Later, when our TV remote was not working and just saying analog because I must have pressed something, he offered us to stop by at the room and take care of the issue personally, but we were in bed so I asked if he could explain over the phone and Voila, he did it so easy way. That kind of little thing from him makes him a best employee. We will definitely stay again at the place, so impressed with the employees service, they do work hard. Kudos to Sunny and Leon, both are gems to the property..

We had a great spacious clean room. The bed was omfortable. The continental breakfast was great, you had a great amount of variety items to chose from. The staff was helpful in all our inquiries. We will definitely be staying there again.

Ï guess the bad,the owner was a jerks total Mr ï do not care about you just your money feeling. Then with the amount we spent no Sunday paper?really that was a down fall.i thought Leon was a tad rude on the phone when ï was inquiring on later dates and the prices are so much more.the gentleman at night was very good very pleasant saw him everyday we got back he was working we left he was working. My house keeper wasn't very friendly no smile or hi ..Mary was wonderful happy and helpful she has been my maid in past very clean .the breakfast was wonderful fully stocked clean the whole place bathrooms pool very clean rooms very clean a little oder in some but overall good.breakfast girl was so sweet offered to help with my bags very nice to talk to melissa..she was a very good worker .so overall with the friendly staff some better than others .clean prompt check in and out good desk service they made us feel at home .and that is why we will be back close to hwy in the middle of a lot of thing to explore.i would just say to the owners offer a Sunday paper.smile,and treat your customers kind thank your staff for their hard work that's what makes thst place from the wonderful breakfast clean rooms funny kind workers to talk to .the great desk work and help he offered was very kind and as helpful as he could when we ran a snag.amanda is very nice so Leon was was rude could be a little more easier how he talks , give sun papers and owner needs to be less rude But 5 stars thanks to the best Western. staff who adequate our stay great..by the way full breakfast it was great

The hotel is well situated convenient to highway, and restaurants . My request for a ground floor room was accommodated. The bed was very comfortable and clean; nice linens. Breakfast was on a par with all other hotels offering breakfast included in rates. Staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to stay in the Concord NH area.

Stopped in at this hotel on our trip to Canada's east coast. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Breakfast was very good as was the service staff. Would recommend this hotel to travelers for both single nights or extended stay.

We were in Concord attending a reunion. The room is a standard room for this price point. The heating unit was a bit loud. The staff was generally professional and cordial. Concord evidently has zoning that clusters most of the hotels on a single road by the highway, so ask for a room away from the highway. We did and noise was not an issue.

The staff here were super friendly.The room was nice and big. Breakfast was included and this was nothing special but perfectly adequate. Free tea and coffee are offered at reception. There is parking available for free and there is a good italitan restaurant next door.

We stayed at your hotel in Concord, NH in Sept as we were attending our first NASCAR race at Loudon~booked Jacuzzi Sweet even. Loved the room even though never used Jacuzzi..From check-in to check-out, this was a great experience!! Staff was great & the people there were the best...NASCAR fans are great people!!

Going to this hotel is like going home to your comfy bed. This hotel never disappoints us. We never have any worries staying here. You can always count on a great breakfast as well. It's so nice to eat at the hotel instead of loading up the kids and try and find a restaurant.

Needed a comfortable hotel with a pool close to downtown Concord. I had seen a show at the Capitol Center for the Arts and had to be back in Concord the next day. Very convenient location. I had points at Best Western. No problem using points. Great room. Very accomodating staff. Breakfast was a plus.

Our room was clean and comfortable as we expect at a Best Western. This is a fairly expensive location due to its proximity to Boston. We asked for a nightlight to avoid having to turn on the light and fan during the night. They gladly provided one for our needs. It was a pleasant stay.

This seems to be an older motel that has be remodeled. It is a nice clean updated room. No towels at pool. Maids that seem to try to avoid you. I was initially charged twice for my room and the front desk person was kind enough to take a long time to correct it and explain how it was my fault while I waited. Gee Thanks. Won't be coming back.

We spent 10 days in the northeast to see colors, and decided to splurge our last night -- stayed in a King suite with Jacuzzi in room. We were greeted by an amazingly helpful desk clerk, who gave us some great dinner suggestions. The suite was very nice - better than we envisioned. The woman working in the dining area (preparing buffet breakfast) greeted us with a smile, looked around and noticed no empty tables. She immediately mentioned that there was an overflow room with plenty of space. Another very helpful staffer. The business center has two computers and a printer, which I accessed for printing out boarding passes. They worked well, but it was a little awkward to have an evidently new employee taking a training at the 2nd computer. I could tell she felt a little odd about it too. maybe they can find a more out of the way place for trainees. The only discomfort I actually had was the late evening and early morning desk staffers. Both made us feel invisible - no eye contact or smile at all. Stopping by the desk to checkout in the morning, we got a "thanks", and a face turned back toward a computer. No offers to furnish a receipt, etc. The place is safe and clean. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Recently visited Concord NH for a group trip and stayed at the Best Western. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating to our group which included children. Exhibited perfect balance of accommodating groups (there were a few) and demand for respect of their other guests.

This venue offered the best value and proximity to New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The hotel was neat, clean, well-maintained. The staff was helpful and gracious. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast but was attractively arranged and the staff kept it well-stocked.

We enjoyed our one night visit very much. My wife had injured her knee during our trip and the staff in Concord were very accommodating in assigning us to an accessible room. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was great!. Very large selection of hot and cold items. The breakfast room is located on the second floor but the hotel will delivery your food if you are unable to climb the stairs. The hotel does not have an elevator.

It was a last minute booking so I guess that was my fault for not doing more research. The girl at the front deck was busy but could have been a little more friendly upon check in. The room had a weird smell that was a bit musty, a bit old gym socks. I also smelled this in the lobby area. The beds were very hard but everything in the room was clean. The breakfast that was included in the price of the room was average. The girl working it worked very hard refilling and keeping the tables clean. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
