« A calm, cosy place in a very lively area »

The hotel was a very nice surprise. It has a very friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms and bathroom and is located in a very lively area in Paris near Odéon, Rue de Seine, Rue de Bucy and Boulevard St Germain. We had some small issues with temperature control in the room (it was hard to reach the right temperature, either too cold or too warm). Overall a good experience at a decent price compared to usual rates in Paris and a calm place thanks to good sound-proofing despite being in a very lively part of the city.

« Great location in Saint Germain du Pres »

This hotel is just steps rom Rue de Buci with cafes, ice cream, bakeries and great people watching. We enjoyed being part of the neighborhood for a few days. The hotel is a tall narrow building with an interesting winding stairway. (There is also a small lift.) Our room was small with a double bed.It was newly decorated. There was a fridge tucked into a small desk. While there was little floor space in the room, it worked because there was a closet that was adequate for our clothes and two bags. There was a safe in the closet. The bath was large and quite nice. The manager, Eric, was friendly and helpful/.

« Lovely Hotel in Great Location »

This hotel is fabulous. We arrived and checked in very smoothly. The room (Delux) on the 6th floor as really delightful and quite roomy. The decor is very French traditional which we loved. The bed was very comfortable which is a massive plus. The bathroom was a decent size too and the shower lovely. The location is fantastic. Just a few steps from the Rue De Buci.

    « Perfect »

Absolutely loved this hotel. It is more a traditional decor than modern which we loved. It is in a perfect location. Right out your door is rue de Buci with multiple cafes to chose from. It has a small old elevator which added to the charm. It's a ten minute walk to river, 15 to Notre Dame. The front desk woman, did not get her name, was extremely helpful. We chose to stay longer in Paris and she was very helpful in moving us to a fabulous room since the room we were in was rented. Would not stay anywhere else. Also has a mini fridge that we used for storing treats we brought back to our room.

« The real Paris you imagined »

A great Paris neighbourhood Latin Quarter a hidden gem cannot say enough about it I would say in the hub of St Germain De Pres . Famous restaurants ( La Flore and Les Dieux Margots ) 5 mins away . Walk to Seine and Lovers Bridge , The Louvre , Notre Dame , Musee D'Orsay you will not find a better location . Easy access to Eifel Tower and Champs Eleysees . Rue Buci outside the door with Jazz restaurants one of the most vibrant streets in Paris

« Good stay - adjust expectations for Paris! »

This hotel is exceptionally located - a 5 minute walk (through busy, lively streets) from St Michel where the RER train from the airport dropped me. Great shopping, nightlife and views within easy walking distance. Everything inside is a little dated - tiny old-fashioned lift and narrow steep stairs - but impeccably clean. My room was small, barely fitted a double, and I was glad i was travelling alone. But that's to be expected bang in the centre of a very old European capital city. No air con - but two big windows to open for air. The view out the window was non-existent (literally about 2 feet away from the blank wall of the next tall building) but this meant it was peaceful at night, which I needed as I was in town for work. I suspect rooms at the front of the building would be noisy as there were buskers and lots of people enjoying the area late at night. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, with excellent water pressure for showers. I found reception staff perfectly polite, and happy to speak in English or French depending how tired I was! The room was cleaned beautifully every day. I skipped breakfast, as €12 is a lot and there are wonderful cafes at every turn in this area, where you can eat more cheaply. If I'm back in Paris I'd stay here again, happily.

« Quiet and AC in an excellent location! »

This place was very hard to find, both Google maps and the locals had trouble finding it. However, it is a beautiful hotel that is rustic, yet modern. Our suite faced the very busy road, but we heard nothing at night as we slept. The air conditioning was awesome, given that none of the places we stayed in Normandy had AC. The front desk was very helpful (printed us off maps of where we wanted to go) and spoke excellent English. Great location around many little shops, and tons of great restaurants. Would stay here again if we ever went back to Paris.

« Good Hotel In A Good Area »

The Grand Hotel De L'Univers is a charming small hotel on a side street in the 6th Arrondisement, St. Germain Des Pres. We recently stayed for a few days after a coach tour which ended in Paris. The foyer & bar area is inviting with antique furniture & fresh flowers. The Reception desk staff, special mention to Richard, were all friendly & helpful with directions, recommendations, booking shuttles etc. The classic room, we had booked, was small which is what we expected; after all this is Paris! However making room for our two suitcases made the room quite cramped. There was a good size closet but no drawers, so a longer stay would mean living out of your suitcase. The room was clean & pretty with coordinated bed covering, furniture & wall paper, as well as some of the original exposed beams. The bathroom was a good size, well appointed and the plumbing worked. There was a fridge, safe & free wifi in the room but no coffee/tea making facility. We did request a pot of tea on a couple of occasions, which was no problem at all. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but opted for croissant & coffee at one of the many local bakeries. Our room faced the street and at night there was street noise and some nice music from a local jazz club, but when we wanted quiet, closing the double glazed windows was very effective at blocking out the noise. But this meant putting on the AC/fan instead of having fresh air. There are numerous cafes, bistros, patisseries, in the street & near by. It was about a 10 minute walk to the River Seine and also to the Luxemburg Gardens; a great place for a picnic. Also not far from the Metro. The price range was similar to other hotels in the area. If in Paris again would I stay here? Yes, but I would book a larger room not facing the street.

« Great value and superb location »

This is a little quaint boutique hotel is a jewel located in St Germaine within walking distance to many trendy shops, cafes and restaurants and just 2 blocks from the metro station at Odeon (Line 4). We booked the classic twin (about 150sf) located on the street on the 3rd floor. It has a queen bed which was very comfortable but needed better pillows. Bathroom had a nice roomy tub with shower, single sink and toilet but lighting was poor from a woman's perspective. However with the small table and chairs, it doubled as a makeup table. The room also had a small fridge, mini bar, small flatscreen TV and small closet. Wifi was free and very good. The only drawback was no drawer space so if you are staying for a few days, you will live out of your suitcase in this room type. The star here was Theo who worked front desk. He was so accommodating with directions, airport transfers, a tea maker and cups for our room, and best of all, fabulous local restaurants. One evening we wanted to have our own little cocktail party in the bar with our friends and he was very helpful with glasses and ice. For the price and location, this is a superb value.

« great location, staff and newly renovated rooms »

I have been using this hotel for years and I keep coming back. If you are looking for a hotel on a quiet street in a happening neighborhood this is the place for you. The front desk staff is most helpful and the newly renovated rooms beautifully appointed.

    « Quaint boutique hotel »

The lobby, stairway, and hallway were a little shabby, but clean. The room was wonderful; very clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff were very helpful. We would definitely go back!

    « Great location »

Situated short walks from Odeon (Metro) and St Michel (Metro/RER), next bustling cafes and restaurants. For me this is the reason for staying here. Convenience and atmosphere made our trip. The hotel is in an old building. Typical, quirky French lift. Very help staff. Great value breakfast compared to what you'll get nearby. The room was small, and a bit old fashioned, but we weren't in Paris to spend time in the room. It was clean, included a fridge and safe. If you need water or food there is a good supermarket just round the corner. I'd visit again.

« Comfortable hotel in the heart of the right bank »

Comfortable quiet hotel with excellent staff in the centre of the Right Bank. Rooms well furnished with everything yo need and firdst class bathroom. All the facilities you need for a stay including free WiFi

    « A little gem »

As I had previously only changed trains in Paris, having decided to take a holiday there I was a little unsure of the best location to stay. Perhaps it was first time lucky but the hotel that we decided on, L'Univers, could not have been better, not only for location in the sense of the ease with which we could visit the main sites but the general neighbourhood. When we arrived we were promised a very fine room newly decorated and refurbished. It was waiting for me. There were two musical heroes, Haydn and Mozart, waiting to welcome us. The mini bar was well stocked. I like a well stocked bar, not through an urge to work my way through it but the thought that it is there makes me feel expected. In the room there was a kettle and coffee, tea and milk. In the bathroom shampoos, soaps and much else besides. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. After spending only one day in Paris we had already decided that we would return at the earliest opportunity. Where we should stay is in no doubt as it will be the L'Univers, not just for the hotel but the lively area bursting with civilised Parisian life. We ate lunch in a place five paces from the hotel, enjoyed oysters at the bar around the corner and one afternoon strolled along the road to have an afternoon drink with the Sartres in Deux Magots. I would like to say a personal thank you to the staff of this hotel for their informality, their courtesy, welcome and friendliness and we hope to see you again very soon.

    « Loved it! »

We truly loved this hotel! I felt in love with the location .. Close to the station Odeon (same line as the one serving Gare du Nord, perfect for us since we arrived with eurostar) in the latin quarter ... We loved the location, we had everything we wanted really close to us. - We had a ton of restaurants around, but do your research as majority of them are touristy (we went to la Jacobine and it was amazing) .l - Two bakeries, both of them really yummy, literally 1m walk from the hotel, so each morning we simply went downstairs and came back with our breakfast in bed! - two ice cream shop, Amorino and Grom .. Grom is by far the best! - Paul patisserie, if you want a take away coffee for your breakfast in bed - a very amazing macaroon shop just around the corner And this was just next to the hotel! We walked everywhere, you can easily walk to the louvre and to Ile De La Cite and Notre Dame. Jardin de Louxembourg are not too far away as well. Room are nice and a good size. We loved the decor, the bed was confortable and we liked the availability of kettle and tea. Bathroom very nice with marble features. It was a bit noisy (we stayed during the weekend) but nothing major and by 24/1 at night it was pretty much all finished, we didn't suffer for it and we actually liked to hear the little band playing in the street from our room! In the morning it was very very quiet. Inside the hotel it was quiet, no noisy neighbour. I woulddefinetely go back!

« Boutique Hotel in the Heart of the Latin Quarter »

Lovely authentic hotel in wonderful location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, train stations and the Louvre. Staff are helpful and friendly. Located on a traditional Parisian laneway with amazing gelato mere steps away.

    « charming though expensive »

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk right into the restaurant area of St. Germaine. However, the cost was pretty high and the breakfast for 12euros was not worth it. Better to go out to the local bakery.

    « Another great stay! »

Stayed four nights here...Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday and Monday. Same incredible place. Great helpful staff. Excellent location. Right near everything but not on THE main street. Have already booked return visit. Very near St Michel RER B stop from CDG airport ( walking distance) , and near Odeon line as well. Can't beat it Hear they are dropping Best Western very soon, but I stayed here BEFORE Best Western and it was still stellar. great for single person and families.

« A gem in the rue Gregoire, rue Buci area of St. Germain »

We spent seven nights here mid-March 2016. Our plane landed early Sunday morning, yet when we arrived we were greeted by Richard who not only made sure our room was ready, he made sure we had one of the only rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower (room 601). The lift to the room is compact, but we both fit - with our luggage no less. It worked flawlessly the whole time. The room was not large, but was well appointed and had a great washroom, with full tub. They set the room up as a King size bed, much the way cruise ships move beds around to accommodate couples or singles. I set up my laptop at the writing desk for end of day photo downloading. The wireless internet connection was fine. We had iPhones, iPads, and a laptop running at times. No problem. The day always started with a great breakfast in the cellar of the hotel. Coffee, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, croissants, yogurt, cheese, toast, cereal, ham, and the piece de resistance, freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were very pleasant, and took pride in memorizing your morning requirements. That breakfast easily carried us to dinner time. We would leave the key at the front desk as we took off to visit the city. Upon our return, we would take a few minutes to freshen up, then head out to explore a new restaurant in the rue Gregoire or Buci area. There are many, many reasonably priced restaurants within steps of the hotel's front door. Not to mention a grocery store, chocolate shops, the Taschen book store, card shops, you name it. A wonderful location in the best district in Paris, St. Germain. We will return to Paris, and to this little gem of a hotel!

« Pleasant stay in a great location »

This hotel is very well situated in a small street off the Boulevard St Germain, well placed for exploring both the Latin Quarter and the St Germain area on foot. The area is lively and very interesting, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. My room was of a good size, nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom, bath, shower and an adequate supply of good toiletries and towels. The wifi worked well; and I appreciated having a small fridge in the room. The room looked on to the rather busy and noisy street, which was fine as long as the windows remained closed. Unfortunately I had to open the windows at night to get some fresh air, as the air con didn't work, and was unable to escape the noise of late night revellers, which I didn't particularly like. The reception was helpful, spoke good English. Unfortunately I stayed only one night but I would definitely stay there again!

    « 2.5/5 »

Pros - friendly staff, great location (near odeon station). No fuss. Bed was comfortable enough for one night. Cons - desperately needs renovation. My bathroom was scrubbed clean but full of things I would not tolerate in my own house (e.g black grout marks). The shower head in particular was extremely limescaled and caked with 'yellow' marks. Ew. The lift looks like it might give out at any moment. Additionally, the walls are thin and I was able to hear my neighbours TV and the couple talking at a very respectable volume until they decided to get some sleep around 11:30. I was given a choice of hotels through work and I probably won't choose this one at my next Paris visit. Shame as the other reviews were good which made me select this place.

    « Perfect by locatiom »

As a start it was a very good hotel location wise and clean, the staff were friendly at least the ones at the reception because I doubt if they have others. Rooms were small but relaxing, clean bathroom. The cons are the following, no one to help you with bags or anything else (I asked for an iron that was sent in the tiny elevator), don't even think of having breakfast there almost two dishes on the buffet, I was lucky I didn't book the room including breakfast. I don't understand why such hotels owners who make tons of money (which is their right of course) but why don't you spend some on improving your rooms, I mean I can't believe there is still hotels in such touristic cities where the bath leaks. After all it was a good stay I doubt I would do it again just because I want to try other places.

« Great hotel in a popular area »

We stayed in this small hotel over New Year and were really impressed with the friendly staff, clean room (a good size for Paris) and the proximity to many bars, restaurants and shops. A good sign was how well we slept - also due to loads of walking! We found our room on the 4th floor to be quiet, with a useful fridge for our drinks and food. Or friends asked for, and got a kettle. The staff are very helpful. The wifi was free, though a little sketchy at times. The tv had many channels but only news channels in English - BBC World News, CNBC and CNN. Next time we are in Paris we would be very happy to return! Merci!!

    « Super great location »

Super location, walking distance to almost everything , restaurants, subway, the Louvre, etc. Staff was always smiling and helpful.Special thanks to Richard, Jacques, Caroline and Ping. They all took the time to trace and map our daily itineraries.

« First stayed in this Hotel 56 years ago »

Stayed here recently and was amazed at how this Hotel has been transformed, since I originally stayed here some 56 years ago as a seventeen year old young man then on his first trip Abroad, and just after the Algerian Crisis, when you had to carry your British Passport with you to go into the various Clubs etc that you visit when at that age. What a beautiful premises it is now. It was very nice when I stayed here then but has changed so much.

    « Perfect little hotel »

We stayed at this hotel last week for three nights. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The staff was helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Literally less than 5 min. to metro. Around the corner from St. Germain Blvd. and 10 min walk to both Notre Dame and Luxemburg Gardens. Great value and great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

« Excellent location, good value and helpful staff »

Small cosy hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are not large but clean and have all you need. For location it is excellent value for money. lots of restaurants around. 5 min walk to Odeon Metro and 8 min walk to RER and Ile de Cite. Richard and Catherine could not do enough to help us. Can be a little noisy at night at weekend but OK if windows are closed. Highly recommend and will return.

« Clean, peaceful, reasonable value for money »

This isn't a bad hotel. Staff are friendly. It is an older property and the rooms are small, but this is often the case in Paris. For what they have, I think they do very well. For the location, it is good value for money. The area around the hotel has every conceivable form of dining and shopping. Less than 5 min walk from Odeon Metro. Good wifi.

« Perfect location for a solo traveller »

I chose this hotel because of its location only and I'm so glad I did. As a solo traveller it was important for me to be in the heart of it all, somewhere I knew well. Just a few steps away from Boulevard Saint Germain, this hotel is in an excellent location - Starbucks just around the corner, a great burger bar (Maison) and creperie on the same street and some lovely restaurants and bars on Rue de Buci, Odeon metro is a 3 minute walk away. The room was small but it's Paris, you should be spending barely any time there! The bathroom was clean and functioning and I had adequate wardrobe space. The wifi worked perfectly and the room was not noisy at all. As a solo traveller, i'd have liked a couple of English TV channels for the evenings but this wouldn't have been an issue at all if I were travelling with others. Also there was no hairdryer and I had to ask for a kettle, though this was bought to my room immediately upon request. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again as the location was just wonderful!

« Perfect stay in Saint Germain »

Nice and cozy boutique hotel in Saint Germain. We stayed there in May 2015. Rooms were stylish, but small - with a family of 3 it was hard to move around the room. Also the stairs were very "dangerous" - when encountering a cleaning lady on our way it was hard to go downstairs. Loved the location - the hotel is situated next to nice restaurants,5 minutes from Notre Dame. In short - nice, cozy boutique hotel - rather for pairs, not for children.

« Great location in Paris »

This was the second time I stayed at the Grand Hotel De L'Univers in Paris. It is a fabulous location...walking distance to many of the Paris sites. Great restaurants close by which the staff recommended. Very appealing Parisian décor. I would stay there again!

    « A nice mid-priced hotel in a great location »

My almost two week stay at the Grand Hotel de l'Univers was very pleasant, and the location, right around the corner from the active Rue de Buci and around another corner from Blvd. St. Germain is the best! The rooms are of course quite small, as usual in Paris. Also, it's quite noisy on the street side at night, as there's a nightclub right across the street; but earplugs took are of the problem. My major complaint was that the wifi kept cutting out.

« Cool location, average hotel »

Located in the St-Germain district in an area filled with bistros and boutiques, it is also a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. This small hotel has predictably small rooms and a small elevator. The breakfast room is quaint. There is a small bar which is serviced by the reception clerck.

    « Great, comfortable hotel »

Stayed here the end of June 2015. This hotel is in a great location, down a small, quiet street near mass transit, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is charming and comfortable with pretty stone walls in the lobby and breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious - breads, cheese, jams, eggs with good coffee. My double room (standard) was small but beautifully decorated, clean with a large closet for my clothes. Usually I travel light, but this time had way too much stuff but I was able to fit everything in the closet (with built in side shelves) including my luggage. The bed was good and I slept very well. My sister-in-law and niece shared a double room and they were happy as well. Staff helpful. It was extremely hot in Paris during my stay - last day 102 degrees F - and the air conditioning in the hotel was a life saver. Everywhere we went, it seemed like nothing was air conditioned, but the hotel was, and I was so happy about that. I only have good things to say about this hotel. I would stay here again and I recommend it highly.

    « Fun in Paris »

This Hotel is in a GREAT location! Very French Boutique type surrounded by great french food, french cafes, boutique shopping, easy Metro Access. Short walking distance from Louvre, Notre Dame, Palais du Luxemborg. Wonderful Parisian neighborhood to stay....mostly english speaking.

« Third time at this hotel »

The location is perfect from the street to the entire neighborhood. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is delightful. The breakfast is delicious. We find the wifi slow but reliable. All this for a very affordable price! We have already reserved a room at this hotel for our next trip to Paris.

« Placed just Right, rooms provide everything with comfort »

This hotel is placed just right for a visit to Paris, if for pleasure or business. Right in the Heart of St. Germain. Just 5 min from the Metro, or 10 min from the river. All the food you could ever choose. I have visited is summer and winter, I prefer Paris in the winter, but that is my choice. The hotel is very very accommodating, it has a nice breakfast to start your trip each day. Very easy to reach from the main train station through the metro. Prices change by the season,

« Fourth time at this hotel. »

This is our forth visit at this hotel. The location is very good in Saint-Germain / latiner quarter, very close to Saint-Germain des pres, Notre Dame and Luxembourg parc. A lot of restaurants close by. We had a de luxe room, this is recommended, but also the other rooms (classic) are nice, but of course smaller. We had some trouble with the WIFI. We lost connection very often, it was also slow internet. If you are dependent on this, you may reconsider.

« Super location, very friendly staff and excellent value »

It would be difficult to find a hotel more conveniently located. Very well maintained, clear rooms, great service plus the proximity to wonderful restaurants, walking distance to museums and shopping.

    « Location wins again »

We stayed in this hotel last year and chose it again this year for the same reasons - the position couldn't be better in the area we love, the rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a lift to all floors. This year the room was even a little larger - a bonus in Paris. Breakfast is still good value and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

« Quaint little hotel with Great location »

Stayed here for a few days post tour. The location was fantastic and the hotel quaint and charming. All in all for the price, it was a great deal. There are restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. It's an easy walk to the Louvre & Notre Dame.

« Good time on the Left Bank »

We revisited the hotel. Stayed before it became Best Western. Found the area changed, but Paris always changes. I'd say it's gentrified from our previous stay. The staff was helpful in many ways.Enjoyed the revisit.

« Great hotel to stay especially for free and easy holidays in Paris »

Great location with two to five minutes walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket and very helpfully staff! Centrally located within a few Metro stations. Room size is good and quiet despite it being so near to so many shops. Lobby is well furnished and has a very traditional French décor which is beautiful. Wifi access not great though as it often disconnect by itself. Lift is small so max 3 persons can use it at a time.

    « Paris »

Nice hotel in a very good central district in Paris but a bit calmer quiet street. One can walk to several major attraktionersom example, the Louvre, Notre Dam and the Eiffel Tower. Small rooms but nice and very comfortable bed.

« Great Bargain in St. Germain Area of Left Bank »

This hotel is wonderfully located for business and pleasure and easy access to restaurants, shops, night life, and the Odeon Metro station. The staff is very helpful and thoughtful, rooms and clean and include everything you need, and you can easily walk to the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame, Ste. Chappelle, the Tuilieries Gardens, and many other tourist destinations. I was able to find a special internet rate of 109 Euroes per day, which was a true bargain for this area of town. The Buci produce market is right around the corner, and the Musee Cluny, one of my favorites in Paris, is about a 5-minute walk. I just6 spent a week here, and it was just perfect for my needs.

« Spectacularly great location in Latin Quarter! »

L'Univers is a small, intimate hotel down a side street in the Paris Latin quarter, 1/2 mile from the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Museum Orseey, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne and Napolean's Tomb at Les Invalides. There are a dozen excellent restaurants within 100 yards of the hotel, the Metro is only 150 yards away for travel to other parts of Paris. The nightlife is vibrant, with impromptu jazz on the street all through the evening. Bars and clubs abound! Hotel rooms are tiny, but everything worked; and the spiral stairs are an interesting touch (yes, there is an elevator!). There is no better location in Paris at any price! We will stay here any time we're in Paris!

« Cozy and well located »

This is a small hotel in a great location for eating, sight seeing, and general people watching. The rooms were charming, cozy and clean. It is close to everything, located on the left bank in the Latin quarter, but on a back street so that the noise level is very low.

    « Location, location »

The best thing about this hotel is its location on a limited access street surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, a supermarket and lots of souvenir shops plus close to both a metro and RER station. They also offer a shuttle to CDG for 19E. The standard rooms are small, but fairly typical for a 3 star hotel in Europe. My only real complaint about our room is there was no chair for the desk, only a large occasional chair and the most uncomfortable ottoman I have ever had to sit on!

    « Gem of a hotel »

Tucked away on a short street, this hotel is a gem for anyone who wants to see Paris. The rooms are small by American standards, but the air conditioning is great, the bathrooms updated and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. One surprising service is free wi-fi in the rooms which allows you to stay connected. Best of all the staff want to meet your every need. They are a great help on how to get where you want to go.

    « Charming hotel »

The hotel is an excellent value. The room was small but made up for it with lovely, quality decor and amenities. The bathroom was average size but the shower was large. Hair conditioner isn't provided. Hotel is located in the middle of a busy area but quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. However, avoid the one 1/2 block away on the same street, opposite side. We had better luck at a seafood restaurant between the flower stand and Paul's.

« Very good value for money »

Perfectly situated in the Quartier Latin. Charming helpful staff .The room was small but this had been stated and so we were not surprised but I can imagine people staying longer than 3 days and with a lot of luggage may have problems. It was perfect for us.
