"Comfortable and good logistic"
mjozwi398390, 25 Mars 2024

Hotel is small but comfortable, however not for families with baby carriage (very small elevator). No car parking. Near to metro station (very useful), around some grocery shops and street food. Good for a city break.

"Best staff ever"
eihssa130645, 06 Mars 2024

The staff was really helpful special thanks to Khaled Who demonstrate the value customer centricity and customer first that make my stay easy and enjoyable . this accommodation is close to many restaurant and transport Many thanks

"A good stay"
sordup, 19 Février 2024

The stay was pleasant. All the staff are very friendly, especially Khaled who saved me. I had a problem with my phone and he helped me by doing much more than his job requires, showing great humanity and kindness

"Great hotel."
J7111BVkimberlyr, 14 Février 2024

Our hotel was very comfortable and the workforce there was very friendly. Had a great time. Good place to stay in Paris. We had a wonderful breakfast as well and really enjoyed our time at the Best Western Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all.

"The quality does not justify the price"
Toshiuk, 23 Janvier 2024

The room is basic and does not reflect its four-star rating or the cost. The criteria for awarding hotel stars in France seem to focus on specific benchmarks rather than overall quality. On a positive note, the breakfast is excellent. However, the room itself is quite cramped, tainted with the odor of cigarette smoke, and the mini-fridge is not functioning properly. Additionally, the elevator is extremely small, barely accommodating one person with luggage, and at times, only one person can fit. The hotel also lacks suitable accessibility for individuals with special needs.

"Great stay, Nice Service and Good Location"
mbaspeling, 10 Janvier 2024

Everything was very nice. Paul the manger was great. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. The rooms aren't cleaned properly each day beds are just made up and bathroom reset but floors aren't cleaned (in my experience). Metro is really close by which was nice.

"Not worth it"
wlaza515664, 03 Janvier 2024

They claim to be a 4 star hotel, believe me it's not more than a 2 star hotel. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are small as well. There is a small lift for max 2 people. You can hear everything through the doors. No thank you

"Value for money"
Chrisoulalex, 19 Octobre 2023

Good location, far away from the center but well connected with metro station (Line 1). The rooms were clean and renovated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and worth it's money. We enjoyed our stay!

"Exceptional"
lesvillanueva, 10 Octobre 2023

Friendly staff from manager to reception and cleaners. very much willing to accommodate our requests. the room was clean and came with complimentary fruits. hotel is just a few minutes away from the metro

"Good size rooms with easy transport links"
Rlolondon23, 27 Juillet 2023

We were arriving late at the Gare de Lyon and wanted an easy time. Even though it was past 11.30pm when we arrived, we had a friendly welcome. Our family room was larger than most with the sofa bed in a separate room. The sofa bed also opened up into two separate beds rather than one which made it perfect for our tween children who can now annoy each other in a double. Double bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and good sized. Bathroom was clean and decent shower pressure. Good to see some conditioner included in the toiletries for once too. A 2-3 minute walk from Porte de Vincennes metro made it easy to get into the centre and there's also a tram stop nearby. Only gripe was size of the lift - it took 2 trips to get the bags up and down and given we were on level 4 we weren't carrying them. But it's a small hotel at a reasonable price, with aircon, in an easy location and delivers on what you need it to.

"Not 4 stars"
hyanez641100, 21 Juillet 2023

It cannot be considered a 4-star hotel, the towels were dirty, the bathroom was not clean and the breakfast was very bad attention from the person who is there, a very bad attitude when asking for anything extra

"Good hotel. Not good for families."
Hawllywud, 12 Juillet 2023

The hotel is in a quiet street and fairly convenient location for exploring the city via metro. We had a family room which includes a double sofa bed. The problem is that the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. The linen and room are general clean but the floors are not. Especially the stairwell carpet which is covered in stains. The staff are friendly and helpful and overall we had a nice stay. Mainly the sofa bed let the review down.

"A strategic and confortable Hotel in Paris"
Saverio M, 09 Juillet 2023

We have chosen this hotel because it had suite cameras with two separable rooms iside at a reasonable cost and near a metro station for airport and disneyland; in this respect the metro station has been better than expect because very near and very confortable for the visit of the whole city too. Very nice the idea of free water and candies for guests. Staff very kind, breakfast quite good with an excellent choice of bottled fruit juices and cheeses, rooms adequate.

"Excellent property location"
mkhan589811, 20 Juin 2023

The staff was very nice, only the room are quite compact rest are excellent. The metro is very near and even so many restaurants are near to the property. Check in hotel is very fast and they are very cooperative.

"It was ok"
tatianauvar0va, 01 Juin 2023

The hotel is not bad. Positive: good breakfast, we had a room for 3 with 2 separate spaces (connected rooms), I appreciated it. Bathroom was big and nice. Well connected with metro line 1. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Negative: the area is not very nice, the receptionist was not very friendly, the hotel is a 3 star hotel, not 4….

"good quality"
shulingho, 12 Décembre 2022

great breakfast! diverse choices, we really enjoy it. room (incl. bath room) is clean. staff are friendly and helpful. close to metro station. good location with shops and restaurants nearby. we have good stay!

"Very good"
dianacteodorescu, 22 Septembre 2022

A good choise, near Metro, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, cosy, the rooms are small but with all necessary items inside. Very comfortable bed and pilows. The water was offered by the hotel. We enjoyed the vacation!

"good stay"
Traveler2022_Canada, 18 Septembre 2022

Staff was helpful, customer service was great. Room was of a smaller size but was ok for a short stay. Location was convenient, easy to go to downtown on a train, down the street was a nice restaurant Belair.

"Hotel in Paris"
Patchurro, 16 Septembre 2022

The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were small but expected. The staff were super friendly and nice. Downside is that it is a little father away to "Downtown" Paris although it is located really close to the main metro lines and bus. It is farther away so that it makes it hard to go back to the hotel during the day because you'll have to take the metro back and forth. Good if you aren't going to stay in the hotel too long and just there for sleep.

"Good lodge to visit Paris"
eduardolopezlobo, 13 Septembre 2022

We lodged in Best Western Plus Paris Nation and it was a very good option to visit Paris since the relation quality/price is really amazing. Metro to Arc du Triomphe is direct and just 25 minuts to go. It is highly recommended for families.

"Convenient & Affordable"
G9506PAninav, 06 Septembre 2022

This Best Western location may seem on the outskirts of Paris, but because it is very close to the Porte de Vincennes stop, it was super accessible to Paris. If that is a concern to you, it really was super easy to get in and out of Paris and its main attractions. The breakfast served at the hotel was also so delicious! Baguette, fresh eggs, fruit, and other pastries kept us full well past the lunch hour. It was definitely worth our while having the breakfast included because it was less work for us to figure out where and what to eat, and it was delicious! All the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. Some even offered to book transportation on their own cellphones for us. If we travel to Paris again, this is the place we will go!

"A very good choice for staying with a wonderful welcome! "
Climber36724137174, 17 Août 2022

We visited Paris and Best Western Plus 61 Paris Nation from 13/08 to 17/08. The location was very good due to its connection to most of the metro lines. In addition our room was very cosy (cute and practical. I would recommend more careful cleaning. The breakfast had absolutely everything. Henry at the reception was the best. He helped us with his tips and made our days with his cheerful mood and his politeness.

"Terrible!"
wbeltr998274, 16 Août 2022

Stay away! Save yourself the hassle. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. It's dirty, small and a/c was not working during the hottest time of the year. The front desk clerk was in our room at 3am trying to fix the a/c but was not able to. Sleepless night and the next day was shot because we were exhausted.

"Great stay at this hotel"
mjlohuis, 14 Août 2022

Great stay, The rooms were decent, had everything you need for a city trip. The bathroom had a nice shower and the people at the reception were very nice snd helpfull. Metro line 1 is around the corner. We ate in the neighborhood near metrostation Nation in multiple restaurants which had great prices for good food and there was always somebody who spoke English.

"Great vaule for money, near metro"
Nadja D, 15 Juillet 2022

Good sized family suite for Paris, very near public transport, main Paris metro line 1 only 2 minutes away, supermarket around the corner, nice and very friendly staff, free candy available in the lobby-nice touch if you are travelling with children...

"Nice hotel but lift was broken half of the time we were there"
Kathy H, 13 Juillet 2022

My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is not bad for touring Paris with a couple of major metro stations nearby. The room rate was reasonable. The room was smaller than what we are used to but we are glad they had a family room with two queen beds. The breakfast was wonderful, the room and bathroom is clean, and the staff is friendly. Our only complaint was the lift was broken when we got there so taking our luggage up to our 3rd floor room was a challenge, and it didn't get fixed for another couple of days.

"Great Stay in Paris"
GRAfamily2022, 13 Juin 2022

Highly recommended, at only 2 minutes walking distance from Port de Vincennes of Paris underground. Clean and quite rooms with a modern look. Good continental breakfast served from 7:00 am. Daily change of towels. Friendly staff with a 24-hours reception.

"Business Stay"
LOLOlife, 11 Juin 2022

The room was ridiculously small, the doors ill fitting so the night light in the corridor came through the door all night and the first night we had really noisy people in the room next to us until the very early hours of the morning. And the curtains did not fit so more light came into room from the street lights. Thin walls and ill fitting doors did not help. The carpet on the stairs although hoovered each were filthy. It was the staff and the breakfasts that saved this rating. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic, without them I would have scored the hotel as poor.

"Recommend"
adelaspahic711, 10 Mai 2022

Very nice hotel. Metro station is 2 min walk fom the hotel, from which you can get to all top attractions. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and big enough for two xl suitcases. Overall would recommend for your stay in Paris.

"Great location - great service"
Departure466801, 01 Avril 2022

Nice BW boutique hotel style. Location is perfect - 5 mn walk to the metro line 1 and to the Tram. That allows you to go to center of Paris or to Champs Elysees in less than 20 minutes. The service is just perfect.

"Short visit"
held788, 27 Mars 2022

Overall Hotel was good. - Reception was friendly and helpfull - Breakfast was fresh and enough and good -Floor in the room was not one day cleaned - Coffee and was not filled up. Parking is 20 min by walk. Appr. 35 eur 24h

"Amazing stay in Paris!"
jrrahman, 26 Mars 2022

First time visit to Paris and I must say everything about it was lovely. I booked it for my wife's birthday which was a surprise. And the guys at the hotel did everything to make this very pleasant. The metro is only round the corner which is wicked!

"Very clean and staff were very nice and helpful"
iansky014, 16 Mars 2022

The area is far from the city but it was okay because it is located near the metro, accessibilty is super and the breakfast was also good. It was also quite and every was clean and neat. Staff were very pleasant to talk to.

"Amazing Hotel"
DanLah12345, 12 Mars 2022

Amazing Hotel, very close to the Metro, has a big plentiful Breakfast, clean, modern looking, normal room has space for 2 adults with 3 suitcases, has a safe and a mini-fridge and with a friendly staff!

"Convenient"
dferna301745, 27 Décembre 2021

My 3rd stay at this property. Although the rooms are quite small staff are very friendly and location of the hotel is very convenient. ADHOC/ FIT rates are quite high. Wish hotel would offer more food and beverages.

"Nice stay"
Sabinabundgaard, 22 Novembre 2021

Hotel is nice, staff is helpful, especially I believe Omar who has helped us a lot with luggage and figuring out a way to the airport after a check out. Rooms are good, we stayed in a suite and cannot complain, nice size bathroom for Paris standards. Only issue was sound - we could hear other people's conversations. Area isn't the cosiest but connection is great - metro is 2 min away!

"Very nice hotel close to the metro stop"
kstaik272251, 25 Octobre 2021

The hotel is really close to the metro stop and you can go to the city center in 15-20 minutes. Very polite employees and eager to help us with everything. Definitely we will come back next time. Thank you very much.

"Bad experience"
camilotoros, 11 Octobre 2021

Very bad place to enjoy paris, bad attention for the front desk manager, nothing works, no AC, damaged fridge, they do not put soap, in the bathroom, bad location, they lie about shuttle airport, they dont have

"Value for money"
devakafernand0, 10 Février 2020

My second stay at this hotel. Quite convenient location. Rooms are quite small, but sufficient for one person and for a short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upgrade to next category junior suite is bit too expensive.

"My experience"
Soso00714, 05 Février 2020

The hotel staff were very friendly, bed was super cosy. I'm giving this hotel 3 stars as the rooms were very tight to get around and the breakfast wasn't the best considering how much euros it was per day. Much better going out for breakfast and getting something from the local bakery's around

"Good hotel for budget travel"
Harper H, 01 Janvier 2020

Stayed here for several nights. Front desk / customer service is excellent. Nice lounge area as well. Neighborhood isn't the greatest, but very close to subway. Rooms are a bit small and in need of an update. Good for the budget traveler.

"Pleasant stay, great location"
Inspire223828, 31 Décembre 2019

The room size is quite small but it has everything you need. The location is excellent and the staffs were very pleasant and responsive to any quires. One of our rooms experienced electricity blackout daily for a short period but the staff managed to solve the issue quickly.

"Excellent service"
traveler55222019, 09 Décembre 2019

Very helpful staff. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby and well connected by metro and buses. The hotel was very clean. Small rooms with a tiny elevator. But overall I am greatly satisfied with my stay.

"Cosy hotel, very good location and value"
diestvar, 28 Novembre 2019

Small cosy hotel. Clean, staff is polite and helpful. Our room was too hot, we did put the AC to the minimum, but it might have been broken. But window with the cute french balcony helped. Room is small, but this is France, it should be. As it is not far away from the main street, be ready for some big city noises (tram, bus, sirens etc), but this is big city life. Location was wonderful, metro 1 is 3 minutes away. Neighbourhood was friendly, more families.

"Good value, great rooms and location"
Denis B, 05 Novembre 2019

Good value, great rooms, great breakfast and good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities are good for a Paris city center hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Easy and quick access to main Paris attractions.

"Loved it"
Angela R, 14 Octobre 2019

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bedroom was big enough for the three of us. I liked the breakfast very much. Even though the hotel wasn't in the center it was very well connected by the metro, tram and bus.

"Good say"
mooneyTone, 05 Octobre 2019

Hotel easy to find and one min to the metro and on Line 1 that has most of the sights to get off and explore as 15 mins into the city as location of hotel is very good. Staff are friendly as room is very small and compact and has you need. Could hear people in other rooms walking above us as the had kids and they were running around from early morning so did no get a great sleep other than that a good stay.

"Quiet place near metro"
briansmomforever, 03 Octobre 2019

This was a great little hotel on a tiny street but next to the Port de Vincennes for easy access to the Metro. It was right around the corner from all the noise but we didn't hear a thing. It was clean and the staff were very nice. We found most everywhere people treated us with disdain with they realized we were American (it would help if we learned French I know) but the people here were very kind and helped us find good restaurants and gave great advice. The rooms were small but very clean. Had a breakfast in the lobby that looked good but we didn't use it. Internet worked great. Has tiny elevator but that's normal. Cute little winding staircase that needs new flooring. Overall a quaint and reasonably priced place to sleep after touring!

"Great stay, wonderfull staff"
GarbielS, 04 Septembre 2019

While i only stayed for 1 night at the Best Western Plus it was super comfortable. Staff is very nice and attentive, helped me with figuring my way around the city. Definitely coming back eventually. The rooms are nice, not large but very comfortable and inviting.

"Good value for the money"
SROU_67, 02 Septembre 2019

Stayed in August for 2 nights. Family with 2 teens. Hotel needs an update and some maintenance. You can see humidity signs in the bathroom and the bathroom door handle felt during our stay but we did not mind. We were only using the room to sleep. Price was good. Very close to the metro. Very quiet in the room and overall location. Felt safe at all time. We cannot say the room was spacious but we had the family room and the kids had their own room, that was very appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

"Close to the metro!"
mariakeeler, 31 Août 2019

The room was very clean and the service was great. The rooms are small as is the hotel, but the location was great and in a non-tourist area. It was just a couple of minutes to the metro and about 15 minutes into to the city. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

"Very convenient location"
Departure466801, 29 Août 2019

Perfect location for both business and leisure trips. Metro (subway) bus and Tram are a couple of minutes from this hotel. The manager and the staff are very nice and committed to help you in any circumstance :)

"Awful Hotel "
Sholmes03, 19 Août 2019

my husband and two autistic teenagers were given a extremely small room, there wasn't room to swing a cat, i don't understand how they expected three adults to share that room, both boys are over six foot three inches tall,so you can imagine the trouble they had. Then there was the issue that they were on the ground floor and myself and our youngest son were on floor two. the problem I had with the room was the window had no safety lock/catch, this opened up wide to a shear drop, not a ideal situation with a special needs child, I was worried about leaving him alone in the room, ie using the bathroom etc. Both rooms were damp, our clothes were damp to touch, the room and the whole place smelt of damp, I've enclosed a picture where I've touched the wall and you can see it's damp and wet.In my husbands room he had 1 paper cup between three of them and one plug socket.lucky enough we always bring a extension lead, but they a choice, charge something or have a hot drink. The room they were in was definitely not set up or catered for more than one person. One night the one lift wasn't working, so at the end of the day our youngest son with mobility issues had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs, I ended up almost carrying him. We did try to approach the staff on the first night regarding the room situation but they didn't seem to speak any English ( yet when our backs were turned we heard laughter) so didn't feel able to approach again. One morning a member of staff was waiting for the lift with a cleaning trolley and when the lift came stepped on in leaving my son and I having to wait for it to come back down, I found this extremely rude, surly a guest should come first.

"Small room, need to deposit room key at the reception."
Connector61409, 18 Août 2019

The weird thing about this hotel is that you need to deposit your room key at the reception each time you step out of the hotel. I have never seen this kind of odd rule at any hotel across the globe. The room was also very small. The TV channel selections did not have English channels either.

"Avoid, disappointed"
Sholmes03, 14 Août 2019

Hi Sarah, as request via text here's the problems we had with the hotel. To start my husband and 2 autistic teens were given a extremely small room, there wasn't room to swing a cat, i don't understand how they expected 3 adults to share that room, both boys are 6ft 3 & 6'4 so you can imagine the trouble they had (pic below); Then there was the issue that they were on the ground floor and myself and our youngest son were on floor 2! all 3 boys have anxiety and troubles sleeping, so my husband I needed to be close by, at the time of booking I requested connecting rooms, I was told this may not be possible but they would be close to each other, they couldn't of been further apart. Could this not of been researched before offering something that didn't exist ? If we had known the hotel couldn't offer close rooms we would of looked at others until we found one that could. We were constantly up and down 2 floors all hours of the night if one of us needed support with one or more of the boys. My room on the 2 nd floor was again on the small side, but for 2 it was ok, the problem I had with the room was the window had no safety lock/catch, this opened up wide to a shear drop, ( pic below) not a ideal situation with a special needs child, I was worried about leaving him alone in the room, ie using the bathroom etc. The room (& my husbands) was also damp, our clothes were damp to touch, the room and the whole place smelt of damp, I've enclosed a picture where I've touched the wall and you can see it's damp/wet. In my husbands room he had 1 paper cup between 3 of them! one plug socket! lucky enough we always bring a extension lead, but they a choice, charge something or have a hot drink. The room they were in was definitely not set up or catered for more than 1 person. One night the 1 lift wasn't working, so at the end of the day our youngest son with mobility issues had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs, I ended up almost carrying him. We did try to approach the staff on the first night regarding the room situation but they didn't seem to speak any English ( yet when our backs were turned we heard laughter) so didn't feel able to approach again. One morning a member of staff was waiting for the lift with a cleaning trolley and when the lift came stepped on in leaving my son and I having to wait for it to come back down, I found this extra rude, surly a guest should come first? Sorry to complain but feeling very disappointed Sarah X ( pictures attached below) null null null null Booked 2 rooms as a family of 5, requested either connecting rooms or close by, my husband & 2 autistic teens were given a tiny room clearly not meant for 3, on the ground floor, my room and our youngest with special needs and registered partially sighted was on the 2nd floor!! that room had a window with no safety catch or lock so led to a shear drop! Both rooms smelt of damp and our clothes were damp to touch. My husbands room had 1 paper cup for 3! one plug socket! When I questioned the room situation no one cared ! Photos below

"Great hotel."

The rooms are small but perfect. If I had one negative it would be that they could do with fans to help with the heat. The staff are wonderful and beyond helpful. I would stay here again without question.

Room - clean but extremely small Staff - friendly and polite Breakfast - very small area with limited choices View - poor Location - poor Value for money - poor Facilities - poor (asked for ice and none available) Wouldn't recommend! Really confused why this needs to be 200 characters!

"Paris stay"
marwanaoun, 17 Mai 2019

It was a nice hotel and the hotel receptionist was friendly besides the room was clean everyday and I did not face any difficulty during my stay I would recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues

"A nice place to stay"
Fearless68398882412, 28 Avril 2019

The room had met our expectations, and although small as it is normally in Paris, it was clean and had a spacious shower. The staff was kind and welcoming and the breakfast was great. It isn't at the best area especially since it's a bit distant, though there is a metro station nearby.

"Paris Trip"
Vacation08480473116, 17 Avril 2019

Excellent stay at the Best Western Plus 61 Paris Nation Hotel. Great to access Paris city centre as well as Disneyland Paris with the Metro and Nation station not too far away. The hotel itself is a small hotel but exactly what we wanted for the trip. Hotel staff were very polite and always helpful if there was anything that you needed. We needed European plugs as well as an iron and ironing board. The staff were more than helpful in sorting this out for us and making sure that we had a great stay. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, great range of food to start the day and something we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Paris. Value for money 100%.

"The stay was good!"
Roam58515494329, 14 Avril 2019

No bothering during the whole stay. Things went smooth. Just the noise of other guests, loud voices in the early mornings and late night. And a review here should not be by obligation more than 200 characters! :D

"Some great things and some really deficient"
Yvan Claude S, 23 Mars 2019

Hotel personnel was outstanding and extremely attentive. Rooms where oldish and not kept as clean as one would wish/expect. Internet connection was really bad. Breakfast was nice and available even for "early birds"

"Convenient location - excellent service"
Departure466801, 10 Mars 2019

This nice small hotel located in Paris is 5 mn walking distance from the metro and the ‘tramway'. All hotel employees are nice and ready to help you when you need. You'll find restaurants and shops near the hotel.

"Yannick is the best!"
Aysihput, 13 Février 2019

We stay there for a week on Dec'18. My husband got a job to do there for a week. Yannick was the 1st person welcoming us that night. And he's the one who helped me carry my kid to the room while my husband havent arrive yet to the hotel. My kids love him. I even miss the bfast buffet there...i wish one day i can come back and stay there. Thank u Yannick and the rest of fnb and housekeeping team! Love, Ayu Jakarta

"Loud staff in the corridors"
vanelic, 19 Décembre 2018

The hotel is located just few steps from the metro station and you can be quickly in any part of the city. Nearby hotel there are supermarkets and several good places to eat. Everything in this hotel was supertiny: from the elevator where only 1 person can fit, to hotel corridors where you can struggle with a bigger suitcase, to room that just fits 1 double bed and not much else. The room was clean and warm though. My biggest complaint goes to the cleaning staff in the morning. I stayed over a weekend and went out on both Friday and Saturday night so had a long sleep on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Well, almost. The cleaning staff was so loud, chitchatting in the corridors, that you couldn't really sleep! Not professional at all.

"Mums 70th treat"
Bellaisapug, 27 Août 2018

I chose this hotel as I got a really good deal from a website that provided us with a superior room and macaroons! Yum. The journey from the airport into Paris, if travelling by train and metro, is a little tiresome and long winded with all the changes, however, the metro is literally two seconds round the corner from the hotel and the main line to get you to all the places you need in central Paris. That is why I chose this hotel due to its location. It isn't central by any means but only ten to fifteen mins by metro to anywhere really. The standard of the hotel is good and the breakfast offered was adequate and lovely enough for us to fill up ready for the day ahead. The decor is relaxing and modern and we enjoyed it. The best bacon I've tasted for a long time!! Another lovely touch if you have toddlers, is the sweet station and kids corner. Yes the rooms are small and so is the lift, but do you know what, if you can't all fit in do it in two separate journeys. It is an old French building and they have done their best with the facilities the building allows space for. We found the rooms and hotel decor to be tastefully furnished and the beds lovely and comfy. We had a lovely meal just across from the entrance to the metro at a Pizzeria and the food was lovely. Overall it was a lovely stay and we chose this hotel due to the fact that it wouldn't be as long a journey back to the airport on our return home.

"Great little hotel"
Stephane L, 27 Juin 2018

Travelling with my father in Paris. This hotel is off the beaten path but easily accessible by subway. Staff was awesome. Very accommodating. Allowed my father to keep his medication in their fridge and kept our ice pack frozen. Very hospitable. Definitely recommend if you ok with subway travel which is safe and easy to do. Restaurants and markets close by.

"A Wonderful Stay"
Ongbb, 12 Juin 2018

This hotel locates near to Art De Tromps and shopping malls, it has nice and clean room. Everything is perfect and new. The cafe food is delicious. The service is good and the stuff are quite friendly.

"Problems"
Giovanni P, 11 Juin 2018

The lift was very small, Access to the hotel wifi too complicated and with problems Very poor breakfast of food Relax area and Breakfast area not adequate mostly the relax/business area children very noisy in reception and lift

"good for a short stay!"
Sejal R, 06 Juin 2018

It a very clean hotel, with really friendly and helpful reception staff, rooms are basic, but got every thing you need with big stand up shower with lots of hot water. We payed for breakfast too be included and we found breakfast great, lots to choose from, including hot food, but the same everyday, so this would get boring if you were staying for a longtime. The lady who manages the breakfast service is lovely and really helpful and couln't do enough for you, so thank you to her. The hotel round the corner from lots of places to eat and supermarkets, so this handy. It also around the corner from the main metro line so really easy to get to the main attractions and a metro and a train to get to the airport so quite cheap to travel. Their was only 2 negative things about this hotel, if u get a rubbish view, and told u cant change rooms, and not enough hanging space in the bathroom. But this would not stop me staying at this hotel again if i was in Paris.

"Very small room"
Traveller_271828, 01 Juin 2018

The hotel was allright for one night, but the room was really extremely tiny. One could hardly move, and there wasn't even the space to place the suitcase. Besides people were nice and the standards were sufficient. Breakfast could have included a bit more choice.

"Great Hotel"
Joshua M, 25 Mai 2018

We are currently staying at this hotel and really like it. It is a little far from the center of Paris but there is a Metro station one of the major lines right around the corner. Super easy to get anywhere. It is a quite neighborhood too. The beds are comfortable. The staff has been great. Our only criticism would be with the back “hangout” area. There isn't covering. There should be. 2 reasons - 1) there are a lot of pigeons and there have been times that the chairs have several markings. 2) it happens to be raining as we are visiting, which we love, but now we can't go out there since it is all wet. Otherwise, a great hotel. Definitely recommend.

"Dishonest"
Marilhen D, 02 Mai 2018

The hotel pre-charged an amount on my credit card for the mini bar while they assured me they will remove the charge when I checked out. I didn't use the minibar so I should get the entire amount back. They told my when I checked out I will get the amount back in 3 business days. I have a receipt proving this. When 2 weeks passed by I called my credit card company and the told me that the hotel did not release the amount and that they hold the amount for a month. So I feel that they have been dishonest with me.

"Amazing"
Mohamed S, 01 Mai 2018

I really loved paris , the hotel was nice and the view was awesome , the sweats were very well equiped and the personel was also amazing. The restaurant was also very cool. They had a very good disco bar and the barman was also really nice

"Small but perfect!"
dennisdelver, 21 Avril 2018

Bathroom is great and the bed is really nice. Wifi is fast and the people are nice. Sometimes it's very busy in the morning with the breakfast, you have to wait a few minutes when there is a place to sit.

"Small hotel, near metro station"
doumasn, 20 Avril 2018

This is a small hotel at 350m from Line 1 metro station (Porte de Vincennes). Very helpful and kind personnel with a willingness to help. The rooms are clean and bright. The only disadvantage is the poor breakfast in quantity and variety.

"Good Hotel"
Jorge B, 15 Février 2018

The hotel is very close to a Metro, so easy to go to everywhere. Room are small but nice and normal for France. Good Bathroom, warm bath. The Breakfast was good but they don't have dinner and there no many option around. If you are going on vacation is better to choose another location.

"Problems checking in & Room too hot"
960minhl, 11 Février 2018

Decent hotel and friendly staff but when the reception requires the credit card that paid for the room in order to check in. That means if you are travelling on business and you did not book the room yourself, you will not be able to check in. The rooms are small but comfortable, the heating is on too high so you will have to open the window during the day to let it cool down.

"Hotel room"
zdz2003, 09 Janvier 2018

The room was way too small!!!! Staff was ok no breakfast! No shuttle!!! After advertising that they do provide it. We hated the hotel will never go back. I don't ever want to hear best western again! NEVER

"Very nice hotel with good metro/transport accessibility"
tomkY1063FZ, 13 Décembre 2017

Great hotel with a very modern layout at an affordable price. I loved the actual hotel room, especially the bathroom. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. My only conplaint would be that the room is really small but I guess that's cause space is limited in Paris ! But it was still extremely comfortable to relax or watch tv in.

"disney"
A4543UImarcv, 12 Décembre 2017

we booked this hotel because it was not far from station for taking the train to Disney. Afterwards we found out this was a perfect location to travel around in Paris, taking the metro not far from the hotel.

"Good one"
kmulle_910735, 11 Décembre 2017

Hotel is just a 3 min Walk from the Metro station with line directly to arc triomphe, Champs-Elysées, La Défense, jardin tulleries and Louvre. the room was clean and tidy and had a good size for a short stay. Only the arpet seemed a bit old and dirty, a new one wood be great here. Also the bath room was modern and clean. The room service made the bedsheets every day, but didn't bring out the garbage. Didn't have breakfast but 14€ seemed a bit to much for us. We had a good stay. Hotel is highly recommended.

"Good hotel, sketchy neighborhood, excellent late-night pizza"
Kirsty O, 11 Décembre 2017

Hotel nice and clean, staff friendly. It's not a particularly good neighbourhood, but it's within easy walking distance of an all-night pizza place that is brilliant value for money. For budget accommodation in Paris it's a good choice.

"Great location"
Revdmd, 07 Décembre 2017

A very decent little hotel. Great location next to little shops and very close to Metro and tram lines. The room was clean and tidy and each morning there was a good buffet breakfast. The reception staff were helpful.

"Superb hotel"
Nick H, 06 Décembre 2017

Really really loved this hotel. The ONLY single problem was parking as none was available at or near the hotel. I know the hotel are not responsible for this but guidance as to local car parks would be a good idea. I would certainly stay here again. In fact, the family has decided to go back again. Soon

"Great stay"
Mario S, 05 Décembre 2017

The rooms are extremely smaller than what we were used to!! We only booked one room for myself, my husband and two kids under three. We had to get two rooms just to accommodate us. The fro t desk attendant was very accommodating. He went out of his way to find us rooms near each other for a fair price. He actually made our stay enjoyable. I wish I could remember his name but thank you for great service at check in. Nice full breakfast buffet and great location near public transportation, shops and a park. Quiet area too!! The room is functional yet comfortable.

"good hôtel"
Cyril B, 04 Décembre 2017

Hall of the hotel is nice, rooms are with good space and decoration nice, not so far the subway station, good price, calm location in a little street, a few good restaurants at 5 to 10 mn walk. However, the breakfast room is too small so on morning it can be difficult.

"clean and tiny"
VahidSeraj, 04 Décembre 2017

Service is good enough but it has a smallbreakfast buffet. Room is quite clean and small and its amenities are complete. Staffs are polite and helpful. location is not in the city center but near to two main line of metro and train with easy access to Charle De Goule and Orly airport.

"Good Value"
Brands_03, 11 Novembre 2017

Spent 3 nights here on business. Perfectly placed for me to get out to the east but easy to get into the centre of Paris on Line 1. The hotel is on a quiet back street, very warm welcome from the desk staff every time I passed by. I didn't have the breakfast but it seemed a little pricey. My room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed, nice and warm and well equipped including a fridge. The free bottle of water was a nice touch. My only minor gripe I've got is that in an attempt to fill the room space available, the wardrobe is half size, by that I mean you can't hang trousers full length and a long shirt touches the top of the fridge/safe. The area is really nice, good restaurants and cafes with tram metro and RER all minutes away. I'll definitely stay here again.

"Good value for money"
M88z, 29 Octobre 2017

We spent here 3 nights during a business trip. Our bedroom was small but clean (there were 2 twin beds) and there was not enough space if 2 people have to stand up at the same time. We used the room service for breakfast one of the 3 days and the food variety was good. Overall a good experience.

"Clean hotel, great location"
Y8049LP, 12 Septembre 2017

This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Paris. The metro is a two minute walk from the hotel and it is only a 20 minute metro journey to attractions such as the Louvre. The location itself is ideal, somewhat quieter than tourist locations but still very busy with a typically French patisserie just a short walk down the road and a McDonald's across the road. Though the rooms are quite small (and the lift not suitable for more than 2 people), they are very clean and comfortable. The shower is powerful and the beds very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to also find a high quality docking station/alarm in our room, suited to an iPhone 4 or older iPhone model. Staff members were helpful and offered to take care of our luggage after check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely visit again.

"Small and cozy"
CharlotteNS, 11 Septembre 2017

We stayed here for three nights for a long weekend in Paris. We were greeted by a really nice man at the front desk who was really helpfull and serviceminded. The room was small, but OK. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the shower was huge. We ate breakfast at the hotel two days, and it was a nice basic breakfast. Worth the price! The location of the hotel is right around the corner of a metro stop, so getting everywhere is easy. All in all we had a good stay!

"Great experience"
Bkk2Sg, 17 Août 2017

The moment you enter , you see Paul at the front desk. A real jolly , friendly and helping guy. Hotel is minutes away from metro. Rooms are cozy , comfy and good service . There is also a great food area few minutes walk with a lot of Turkish restaurants . Pharmacy is just opposite to the hotel . Overall , great . 5/5

"Allows the Pais of people not just Tourists &Crowds"
TwoBigOneGrowing, 10 Août 2017

Set round the corner from the Metro and a cross linking Tram with a Mickey Ds round the corner should budget or kids demand. Breakfast most days has a good selection but self service and with cooling precooked items if your eating after 10. Items available for our first two days were not on offer on Tuesday which had a limited choice still available for us when arriving 30 minutes before Breakfast closes. There is only self service but enough to survive even when less available. Our 4th floor room , 405. had the basic needs and despite being near the tiny lift had no noise problem and we had restful sleep. Would stay again but eat in Nation or before leaving the Centre of Paris as the local offering can be hit or Miss and that miss could be by Miles .

"Average hotel "
Thiloshnee S, 08 Août 2017

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Paris. The hotel is small but that's the case with most hotels in Paris. The bed was comfortable and I would recommend the hotel if you are staying for a short trip. It is far from the top attractions but the train station is very close by. I did not like the fact that I had to pay a deposit for the mini bar, which was quite steep. For some odd reason the machine initially refused to accept my credit card and I had to pay cash, which was quite annoying. There are few eating areas close by.

"Comfortable"
pribij, 16 Juillet 2017

The hotel is at a great location. A 3 min walk from the metro 1 station that connects to most of the tourist attractions. There is a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, a Mc D and a few ethnic cuisine restaurants in the area within walking distance. Great breakfast spread, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

"Pleasant"
Conor F, 13 Juin 2017

Had a nice time, it's Paris in the summer so it doesn't really matter where you stay, right? But this hotel is small but clean, friendly staff and really has all you need for a weekend break. Admittedly it is a bit off the beaten track but the metro station is a minute walk away and once you're on, the world is your oyster. A key stand out for myself personally was a member of staff by the name of Nessim, a very nice attentive host who looked after us and pushed this stay from a three to a four star. Didn't do the breakfast but there are lovely brasserie's a minute away and supermarkets and tobacco shops on the Main Street. Rooms are small but washroom is magic, has a minibar and a safe. Scenic views aren't from the window but the Eiffel Tower is only 15 minutes by metro. They let us bring our own wine onto the back smoking area for a few night caps. All things considered I'd stay here again.

"Bussiness"
007Branka, 12 Mai 2017

Clean and cousy hotel in a peacefull neighbourhood! Close to metro/bus station. Breakfest buffet not so good. Onla french TV channels. Very small wardreobe closet. Generally I recomend for a short stay in Paris.

"Great hotel!"
Camilla K, 03 Mai 2017

Great hotel with charming, clean and comfortable rooms with a nice modern design. The staff was friendly, prof. and very helpful. The breakfast good with many options. It was easy to get around with the metro just around the corner. The perfect hotel for my stay in wonderful Paris!

"Paris and Disneyland visit "
User, 14 Avril 2017

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for visiting Paris and Disneyland. Overall it was a good hotel with the main benefit being close to the metro station. We bought a travel card from the metro station by the airport for the metro and bus so we could get from the airport (Charles) and to where we need to go throughout our stay. It was 28 euros and 5 euros for the photo on the travel card. We used google maps to get around , taking screenshots of the metro routes and downloading maps. Staff and local people are helpful if you need guidance. Hotel benefits: Close to metro Friendly staff that talk good English Clean Free suitcase storage at the before and after checkout Fast fibre internet Room safe and hangers , kettle with tea and coffee , couple of milks They hold your room door card while you are out. This is good so it's not lost but would be good to have the option to take it with you and just pay a fine if it is lost. Large windows and little balcony Hotel drawbacks: Had to pay £50 euros deposit for the mini bar as we didn't have a credit card Lift can only fit one person and suitcase Breakfast was expensive (so went over the road to the local bakery that offer bread , qasants and pastries for 1-2 euros and local shop has juices) The rooms where small but big enough for a weekend , couldn't sit straight on the toilet as it's close to the shower. We had twin beds pushed together rather then a double :( , the beds where slipping on the carpet meaning they kept coming apart. Overall we would stay again but make sure we got a double room as on the booking it was a double or twin room. Would like to have a room where you can sit normally on the toilet.

"Fantastic place, great location!"
Char W, 14 Avril 2017

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are quite small but perfect and for the price you can't complain. The bed is very comfortable and there is a lovely big shower in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any problem. We never had breakfast in the hotel as we preferred to eat out but the area looked lovely and there seemed to be a good selection. In the evening times near the reception desk there was always a basket of pastries I'm assuming left over from breakfast that you could take for free! A lovely wee touch. Location was ideal. Literally round the corner, a two minute walk, was the metro station that is on one of the main metro lines. Only two stops from Gare de Lyon aswell. Safe location, seemed to be a commuter town, and on the way to metro station was an ATM which was handy. Some excellent fresh fruit shops along the way too. To summarise, room could be considered small for some people. In my opinion for the middle of Paris it's an excellent size and very comfortable. The price is very good, and the location is hard to beat. Very good value for money! If we are ever in Paris again, will definitely stay here!

"Would choose again as a last resort"
natalieds2017, 09 Avril 2017

For the money I paid and a brand hotel, I expected a better experience. The rooms were small, even by Paris standards; the elevator made me feel claustrophobic (only myself and my suitcase could fit - my husband had to wait for it to come back); the walls were thin (we could hear the neighbours); the view from our room was the worst (looking into an alley); we had to submit our key card every time we left the building, a maid knocked the door one morning without saying 'housekeeping' and without pausing and came right in - I had just come out of the shower; and breakfast was overpriced. It was very close to the subway and nice restaurants nearby - only real plus.

"Small rooms"
Juhani K, 03 Novembre 2016

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. My room was very small. Breakfast was ok, but not very luxury. The hotel was tidy and service friendly. The best thing in the hotel is the location in the side street. It makes the rooms very quiet.

"Modern and Nice"
270295ok, 22 Octobre 2016

Overall good impression. I stayed alone, so for me standard double room was fine ,but i think for couple it would be a small room. Otherwise, room is equipped well and modern. Location was good enough. Mainly, the price 100 eur for 4* hotel was really good. Receptionist - Christian, was very helpful ! Thank you :)

"Out of the way, but a good place to stay"
Wolf-Archer, 26 Août 2016

Right around the corner from the metro, tram, and bus stops, the location may seem a little far out from the attractions, but it's a pretty decent area, and excellent value. The evening receptionist was fantastic throughout the stay. The room we got was without a view, which makes no real difference when you have the whole city to see in the day, plus as much by night. Rooms are kept very well, with fresh towels daily if you wish. The air conditioning was blissful on one very hot week in Paris too. The shower comes with a small and a large head, and ranges from ice cold to scorchingly hot, suitable for everyone. One member of day staff let things down by being a little rude, but overall the experience had been one that was rather better than expected.

"Nice!!!"
aminathibrabim, 24 Août 2016

I love the way the room was designed. It's small but very cute. Wash room located underground and service superb. Loved it! Located very close to train station and it's very convenient for traveling around Paris. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

"Far Afield but Great AC for a Summer Visit"
MKBSt.Paul, 08 Août 2016

I stayed here for 5 or 6 days with my 17-year-old son in late June. I knew it would be hot in Paris and we were looking during the recent soccer competition so rooms were challenging to find. When a reservation elsewhere got fouled up, I booked this hoping that we'd at least have decent AC if we were going to be so far away from the main sites. We were not disappointed. The AC was the best I've ever encountered in Paris and it was hot and humid every day. The hotel is a short walk from a metro and a tram station which made getting to go where we wanted easy. The breakfast was very good, except the pain au chocolat were dry mini ones not worth trying. The fresh bread, still warm from the oven on days we ate early, made up for it. The room was small even by French standards but the beds were great and there was no noise so we both slept well. The area nearby has nothing of interest save for one striking cat sculpture. I dined by myself in the local area the last day after my son left for an exchange in the south of France. My choices were limited and unappealing. I would consider it again for a summer location since finding decent AC at an affordable hotel in Paris is impossible. I wouldn't recommend it to a first time visitor however since you would miss so much of the Parisian atmosphere so far away from the action. One way to save money here is to migrate away from their Web site after looking at it for a bit. When I did that it offered me a 5% discount and free breakfast. That is what tipped the cards in favor of this place.

"Check the reservation carefully "
Widya H, 02 Août 2016

I would rate at least an 8. Although the hotel is quite small, it is only 2 minutes away from the tram and metro. It is also very comfortable with a modern bathroom. I was also able to print out important documents 24/7 in the hotel. However there's one thing I didn't like. I booked my stay from booking.com for a one person room but on the day I arrived I upgraded my room due to my sister coming along last minute. On the third day of my stay, my sister fell asleep and didn't open the door for me so I went to the reception to get help. I told the receptionist that I couldn't get into my room and he asked about my room number, checked my reservation papers, and said that he couldn't open the door because it's a room for one person and that my sister had already taken the card with her. I explained to him about the upgrade but he wouldn't believe me so he checked my papers again and apologized that he didn't read it carefully. I hope next time the receptionist would check my updated reservation carefully and correctly. Also, I'd like to point out that some parts of the carpet are obviously dirty so it would be nice to have it cleaned for the next guest.

"Small Hotel Outside Paris"
Jasmine N, 28 Juillet 2016

The hotel is comfortable. Area is quiet. Service at the front desk is very good. Room AC in the room is cold enough for summer weather. The Hotel is open 24 hours, it is convenient when one comes back late hours. The Hotel is safe. The bathroom is a bit small. The room is cleaned every day. The only thing is coffee/tea/sugar/creamer are not always filled everyday, which the room cleaners supposed to do. Otherwise, every thing is fine.

"Very satisfied customer"
GeffersonB, 27 Juillet 2016

We had no idea what the Hotel or location would be like. It turned out to be in a very convenient, quiet location close to the Metro and therefore central Paris. The room was comfortable' clean and was serviced daily during our 4-day stay. We had a TV problem which was fixed immediately and the staff were very polite. The atmosphere in Paris was tense at the time due to the recent terrorist attacks so we felt safer here. We would definitely stay here next time we visit.

"Quiet nice hotel in Paris"
Cecile9064, 22 Juillet 2016

Every time we spent a weekend in Paris we stay here. Easy to access with the subway as well as the rest of the capital. Friendly staff, clean, modern with AC. Rooms are small but well designed. I particulary like all the pictures coming from old french movies with Belmondo and co.

"Strictly B&B"
itsmearul, 18 Juillet 2016

The hotel is placed and a very friendly neighbor hood which is within a walking proximity to all public transportation, a trip to the city center is about 20 mins and the line that connects is very frequented with regular underground metros. There is a nice market just outside with ATM's, restaurants and pharmacies. Check in's: It was quite a cumbersome, since the person at the desk was finding it difficult to handle the 3 rooms check-in's. The process almost took us good 30 mins. The Hotel is very very small, and the elevator is an example which cannot take more than 2 adults and if you are a tourist with bags, then you need more than 2-3 trips to get your luggage to the room. The corridor to the rooms is also very narrow and so narrow that two adults will not be able to pass without bumping on to each other. Room: The room is a nest, practically you get all the boxes ticked for being present, however there its is so very small that you cannot move without hitting each other. the bathrooms were no different story. Good place if you are small stature individual, the housekeeping was good and the linen and towels were good. Did not spend too much time in the room to switch on the TV so would not know if there were any English channels. The Breakfast was ok nothing great to speak about, not what you expect in other chains. Just basic and yes they do take a signature once you arrive at the petite dining place. This place is ideal if you are travelling light are only bothered with a neat place to sleep over. Since i was travelling single however on a long business tour had more luggage and which was not ideal choice however there is no other complaints.

"Worst Best Western Premier"
sunnysingh7, 04 Juillet 2016

The rooms were very small. I mean small. You cannot move without touching or hitting each other. The bathrooms were dirty. House Keeping did replenish the coffee. We were here for 5 nights and we had to go to the front desk to get coffee for the next day. There was no hot water one day and we had to go out without taking a shower. There was no service at all. During check out I was loading up the taxi before going to the FD to settle the bill which was $19 Euro for city tax . But the FD Clerk came out to the taxi and asked for the money. I said that I will be there then she went back. Very bad service.

As frequent travellers who select Best Western as our first choice, we were not disappointed with this selection. The room was very small, but clean and neat. We were a block from the Metro and Cours de Vincennes, which featured all kinds of eating places along its length. The best part of the visit was the front desk staff, who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and who provided unlimited advice, from a good place to eat our first night there to how to use the Metro. Their command of English was wonderful.

"Nice little hotel"
Folkert74, 30 Mai 2016

Clean hotel with small rooms in a nice neighbourhood. Near the perifirique, with nice market on the Montreuil/Vincennes side. Hotel staff was friendly and gave restaurant suggestion. Breakfast was limited, but good enough for the business traveller.

"Very compact, but also very friendly and comfortable"
ideasfarm, 25 Mai 2016

I have stayed here at least four times recently and it is a good and comfortable place, very clean indeed and also well maintained. The beds are good, the layout is efficient, the water is hot and the soap provided smells very nice indeed! Friendly multilingual staff at the desk. It is true that the rooms are very small, but I have stayed in other similar hotels in Paris and if they are in the older buildings then they will all be of a simlar size unless you wish to pay some astronomical rates. I could get more space, but beyond walking distance to work, and not such good quality. Breakfast is nice, with a good variety squeezed into a small space, everything nice and fresh. It would be good to get a bigger coffee machine that doesn't get filled up with grounds (vidange) quite so quickly but the breakfast lady will sort it out no problem. The price tends to be a bit variable. I have had good deals here but sometimes we have paid too much, so check.

The hotel is renovated. Has extreemly small size corridors and rooms. Breakfast is 14 eur and not worth it at all. The staff is annoying and insisted that i should return the room key (electronic card) at the reception everytime i had to leave the hotel. These guys r still living in the last century!

"A good hotel for business travelers"
AtulEurope, 13 Novembre 2015

This hotel is about 5.5 Kms from Paris East station. Check in was super efficient, the guy at the reception in the evening was very nice and helpful. This is a neat and refurbished property near a metro station (2-3 minutes walk) but since the hotel is not directly on the main road, it saves you from the noise. Rooms are well appointed though a bit cramped. Toilet very clean with some toiletries, soap dispensers and two types of good quality showers. Eiffel tower is about 35 minutes by Metro (one change at Nation stop), super markets, mini markets, restaurants, laundry, fruit and vegetable shops are at a walking distance. Overall hotel is decent and importantly clean and does not stink like many other hotels in Paris. Internet speed with Wifi connection was very good. You have two options at the breakfast - full breakfast (sausages, eggs, ham, cheese, bread, baguette, tea, coffee, juice, yoghurt, muesli, etc) and express breakfast (croissant, juice, tea/coffee). The breakfast room and tables are bit cramped for the space. I had a full breakfast and it was reasonable. However, I felt that the breakfast is on expensive side (14 Euros for full breakfast and 6 Euros for Express breakfast) when you consider value for money factor. Nonetheless, everything went well and I was happy about the choice I made for a night.

"A GEM!!!"
Remi C, 04 Octobre 2015

My fiancee and I stayed at this hotel for one week in June 2015, and we were so happy to be there! The hotel is very charming, and the decor is vintage 60's with a modern twist. The service is also excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We also had breakfast there, and the variety of food, cheese, baked goods, etc, was great and authentically French. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, and when you book it, do get it with the breakfast. The neighbourhood is also lovely, as it is very residential, and the Sorbonne is close by too.

"A Convenient, Quiet Hotel"
Northern_Tourist, 29 Septembre 2015

We came to this hotel almost by accident. it is just around the corner from the Porte de Vincennes metro station and convenient to everything. It is in a sort of lower middle class area with lots of ethnic minorities and not a lot of acceptable restaurants. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, recently renovated and well-equipped. Breakfast was quite good, if a little on the expensive side. The daytime staff has very limited English, but you're in France after all. The night guy was English. Nice TV, good functional bathroom. Room a bit small but Ok for two.

"Best affordable hotel"
Simone G, 27 Septembre 2015

Everywhere there is Best western my first hotel choice will be so friends and family just find the closet to you and wet for me and my family at the checking you went miss me. Most of the time they are placed not far from freeway and air port which is easy to get in and out to your commute.

"narrow comfortable hotel near city center"
Kaixuyenmen, 13 Septembre 2015

The crew on the reception are super friendly but the room cleaning stab was not reliable >>>they forgot to close the door after cleaning the room.<<<<<< the bath room equipment is excellent, the carpet in the room need to be cleaned extensively. location of the hotel is next to the metro station , neverhteless one can sleep quietly in the room.

"Excellent value for money"
Kieran H, 07 Septembre 2015

We arrived at the hotel at 8am and was given a room with no extra charges which was brilliant, The staff were helpful and the room were not that big however perfect for a nights sleep. The hotel was clean and the location was good.

"Could be better..."
Patricia B, 23 Août 2015

We stayed here for four nights for our anniversary. Our room was really small but we didn't mind, it was clean, the aircon worked well, the bathroom was ok and clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable until my boyfriend woke up one morning full of bed bug bites all over his body. We informed the man at the front desk and he was very apologetic about it, we didn't expect it to happen at a four star hotel... All the men at the front desk were very nice and friendly, but the young lady gave us wrong directions and information on the airport shuttle. It was no big deal but we could have avoided spending 50 euro on a taxi. The location was fairly good, it did take a lot to get there though from the airport. A little distant from the city center too but metro is just around the corner so it's ok. All in all, I think we liked the hotel minus the bed bugs.

"Very good value"
RajiXav, 21 Août 2015

Breakfast should be included with booking fee. This will really help guest and attract more people especially from North America. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very good value for advance booking fee.

"disappointed"
John Philips J, 22 Juillet 2015

not at all what i expected based on information on info on website. this is not a four star hotel. small breakfast room, no other meals, no bar, small room, smaller bathroom. not a very good neighbourhood.

"Great location"
Pickycustomer51, 18 Juillet 2015

The hotel has a great location. Really close to everything. The room was really small for us but I guess that's what you get in Paris. We were in the fifth floor and it was really noisy with the people on the sides and upstairs. Even though we asked not to have room service at all and left the sign on the door, we found out that the cleaner went inside and made our bed. We complained about it but nobody said or did anything about it. We would recommend this hotel if you want to be in Paris close the main amenities.

"Access to City centre"
Enahoro A, 04 Juillet 2015

The hotel is very close to a train station Port Vicence. There is also tram station at this location. Thus access to cheap transport means is easy. Generally, the hotel was nice. Though the room was very small, but functional.

"Birthday gift"
rsvl5, 14 Décembre 2014

The hotel is easy to get to with the metro just minutes away. The yellow #1 metro gets you to most of the major areas of Paris. The Hotel is quiet and well maintained. The elevator is a little small. Overall great experience.

"Best Western Premier 61 Paris Nation"
466OlivierBrussels, 12 Septembre 2013

It is a very good hotel with modern rooms and above all a very good bedding. Bathroom very small but clean and well equipped. Breakfast is just ok and not very sophisticated for a 4* hotel ; waiter has a lack of standing
