Best Western Woodburn

Worst hotel we stayed at, first of front desk lady was super sparky. Not very friendly at all. She told us have a seat when we first came in. Second, there calble was not working. The front desk told us they did not have the "authority " to discount anything. The pool was also unavailable. Again, if you're looking to stay here I would stay somewhere else!!

We've stayed a number of times at Best Western-Woodburn and have never been disappointed. My young boys were bummed that the pool was closed for the season (outdoor pool) but there are so many amazing things to do within a short distance that we stayed abundantly occupied. Every staff member we encountered responded with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

My family ( including our dog) had to stay because of a power outage at our home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we could need. The bed were comfortable and clean. There was a great area for our dog to have a potty break. It was conveniently located as well.

Unable to check in 30 minutes early without $70 fee. No snacks available or able to buy bottled water or soda. Clean but definitely not up to standards with other Best Westerns I've stayed at and won't be staying here again.

You are pretty close to I-5 but the noise is like you are staying on the freeway. the hot tub was closed even though the hotel website says open year round. The heat to the room was off when we got there and it is December, turned the heat up to 75 and still when we left the next morning the hotel room was freezing. the jetted tub is a joke and not worth the extra money unless you are under 5 foot. When I sat in the tub at 5'9", my legs couldn't lay flat and then if I scooted down to be more covered my knees were above the water.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Everything was perfect! We were very stressed out by the time we found this place and from start to finish we were so relaxed and happy. We stayed two days at Super 8 motel and EVERY THING was a nightmare. We found we had to stay a third night and got out of there as fast as we could. Just a block over we found heaven even cheaper but 110% better! Thank you Best Western!

My family and I rolled in late without a reservation from driving all day. Lady at counter was able to get us right in and was very friendly. Room and hotel was very clean and easy access off interstate.

This place was very dirty. It was not up to the standards of other motel chains. They had no coffee and the bed was dirty. I would say PASS on this one! There were no outlets in the room. All in all it was expensive and your money did NOT go back into making the motel a better place!

Easy access off I-5. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficient. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. Plenty of places available for meals. Outlet Mall across the freeway for shopping.

My father is an 82 year old Veteran. His name is Willie Green, Jr. On 6/17/23 he called the front desk and told the clerk that the toilet stopped. He was told that he needed to come and get a plunger to do it himself. When he hung up, my brother went to the desk to get the plunger then returned it. I went up a while later and asked what the policy was. Maria told me that 2 people had to stay at the desk at all times. I asked what if the plunger didn't work? Then they would call for help…. Really? I asked if this was explained to my family and Maria said that she was not given the chance. I asked do you think that's okay? She replied “Well, you didn't give me the chance”, “if you keep responding to me then I'll answer however I want “. I asked for a business card and was told that the manager is here M-F. I chose to email and call customer service and write reviews. While I was writing my email talk about me continued while I sat there Let me say that the housekeepers and breakfast staff (Mason) are fantastic! My review does not reflect on them I can only hope that a customer Svc return call happens

I travel here on business 3-4 times a year and have been and will continue to stay here. This Hotel is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff are great. The rooms are comfy and clean. They front desk crew always makes me and my pup feel very welcome. Plenty of good eats nearby and the Outlet Stores are 1 minute away. I would highly recommend this property.

Very clean property, great hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable with good beds. The staff went out of there way to be helpful for any questions that we had. Overall great stay!

Staff very friendly, was impressed that they sanitized your table after eating breakfast. Would of like a larger grassy area to walk the dog. Hotel close to freeway ( so a little noise) Very close to Woodburn outlet mall. Denny's right in parking lot .

This was our first time staying here. We were on the 3rd floor and with the exception of traffic noise, the room was quiet. First impression of the room was good. It had a microwave and small fridge that we did not use. Comfortable night's sleep as my shoulders were not sore when I woke up. Deducted a star because my husband said the exercise bike did not work in the fitness room. The bathroom's exhaust fan did not work and the cover was rusted. Mold can be seen in the grout around the tub. The wall mounted containers are empty. I would think they would be less expensive than the small containers. We did not partake in the free breakfast. We are driving through and if we pass this way again, we would stay here.

Easy check-in, staff was nice and helpful, even signed me up to be a Best Western member. The location was excellent, 4min from the outlet mall, 4min from a Walmart. Room was clean, AC was quiet, shower worked as it should, unlike a competitors i stayed at. Will stay here again.

we have stayed at this property on many occasions as we travel to or from where ever we are going. It is conveniently located and in close proximity to the outlet mall. And there are many restaurants in the area to choose from. And if you head a little further into town, you will be pleasantly surprised by what you will find. We always enjoy stopping here.

Hotel and service were good. Kids enjoyed pool but hottub didn't have good bubble effects. Breakfast was OK. Not real hot just warm. Breakfast was the same both days. I liked they take pets and room was pet friendly

This was one of the newer Best Westerns and is well managed, cheerful, and I would definitely stay there again. The complementary breakfast was excellent and very well stocked and maintained at full supply of all dishes.

Nicely appointed hotel with spacious guest rooms. We had a very comfortable King bed. Recommend you ask for a room away from Highway (I5) as it is noisy and busy all night. Staff were super friendly and a full breakfast is provided in the morning starting at 6:30am. Woodburn is nice town with many amenities and restaurants. We went into town and had a nice Pizza dinner at Pizza Hut! The hotel also has a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub that stays open until 10 pm. Great stay!

I arrived at the hotel and was assigned 1 bed for 4 people when I'd reserved 2 beds. The hotel on a Monday was less than 1/2 full based on the parking lot so it shouldn't have been a problem. However, the hotel clerk rudely stated that I'd booked online through Best Western and they had made an error when they reserved my Best Western room. WHAT? Why is that my problem? She said there was nothing she could do as a 3rd party (Best Western) had made the error??? I showed her my reservation confirmation and asked to speak to a manager. She rudely said she was it so I asked her to call someone. Eventually she gave in and provided a room with 2 beds. There was no need for the confusion or rudeness. The hotel should definitely provide some staff training. As stated in prior reviews the pool was extremely dirty.

The breakfast was very good. Parking good and room was clean. Didn't get to use pool or hot tub due to weather. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price really jumped for the weekend. This motel is located right next to a Denny's restaurant, which we did use for supper. Had good service and food.

Great staff! Very nice and helpful. I was greeted by a very friendly, professional woman at the front desk. The motel is clean, and the rooms are too. It is easy to get to off the freeway and there is plenty of parking.

Not sure why the room was more expensive just 20 miles down the road. We usually stay at The Wilsonville location, but they were booked. We were a little surprised there were no vending machines in the hotel. Had to go find a convenience store to get something to drink.

This property provided an excellent value for travelers wanting to visit areas between Portland and Salem, very clean and provided a full breakfast each morning. Beds were a little hard and pillows are standard for lower end properties.

We needed a place to stay for my daughters graduation. The best Western in Woodburn was close to the celebration. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and although I prefer a softer mattress, the bed was comfy and we are able to get a good nights rest.

Wanted to shop at the Woodburn Outlets on our way from Medford to Seattle. We stayed one night at this Best Western hotel. It was convenient, comfortable beds, clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Would recommend!

Housekeeping took my bracelet that I Forget in the bathroom on the counter. I called about it and the said the housekeeping didn't find it which is a lie when it was out in the open on the counter. I will be taking this further

The team was wonderful. Every point of contact with the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. I had spoken with the reservation person a few days prior to my stay to confirm that I would be traveling with two cats, and to request a first floor room if possible. When I arrived my room was already assigned, and check in was fast and welcoming. The breakfast room attendant was also very welcoming and cheerful. A lovely stay! Thank you.

This property is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Woodburn outlet stores are one block from hotel and there are numerous good places to eat within 5 minutes. Great place to stay if you want to stay outside of Portland but still be within 30 minutes away from downtown. I will be staying here in the future when I am in the area.

We rolled in around 12:45 am, exhausted. All we wanted to do was sleep in a clean, comfortable, quiet place. Best Western provided clean and comfortable, but, alas, they could not provide quiet, for above our room a couple (or a throuple? hard to say) was celebrating what I can only assume was someone's release from prison. Or perhaps a honeymoon. Or all of the above. All. Night. Long. After 6 hours of attempted sleep that was interrupted intermittently by loud talking and even louder "celebrating" in the room above, we rolled out of bed and down to the common area for a (delicious) breakfast and returned to our room, hoping for a nap but - alas - the magic of that Tuesday night above us in room 227 was still in motion. While I'm happy these two (three? lots of heavy footsteps and other.... noises) found each other and enjoyed their night (and morning), this may have been the worst night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel -- and I have traveled with puking children and drunk college friends who - in hind sight - probably needed to invest in C-PAPs. None of this is the fault of the BW, however. Their rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic, including eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, pastries, coffee, tea and -- luckily for the girl in 227 -- cranberry juice. I just hope she got there in time to have some.

We chose best western near tulip farm, only 14min drive. easy freeway access. Great breakfast and comfortable beds is what we are looking for. And this is the hotel we are looking for. On top of that, we found out it is just 5min drive to the factory outlets, which my wife and my family enjoyed. Will definitely come back to this very location hotel. The main concern we have is that, we book 2 rooms, used my AAA account. The other family stayed on the other room. Both room has 4 persons in the room, But the charges are $30 difference. We keep on thinking how did that happened, but couldn't figured it out. Oh, well, over all we love our stay in this Hotel and will come back maybe after a year or 2.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great- with lots of options for on-the-go! We were able to get our reservation easily online, and had a quick check-in/out!

The room was clean, front desk staff excellent, we had a late checkin. The room was noisy from above and the adjacent room, with poor lighting in the bath and main room. Very convenient for a quick overnight stay.

Woke up with a contact hi as the hall reeked of marijuana I could smell it in my room in the staff was extremely loud and rude well attempting to reduce the smell. Also they would not give me my receipt until I put my own health at risk.

The hotel was very nice and a great choice. My room was large, very clean and very comfortable. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants and across the highway from the outlet mail. The rate was excellent and a pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay there again if I am spending the night in Woodburn.

I booked a reservation and unfortunately had to cancel. I asked for a cancelation confirmation as it was under a group and when I made the reservation they said my group would be charged if I did not add my credit card at check in. The lady said they don't have any cancellation numbers or emails. That it's just cancelled. I asked her very nicely for a name and she said its just "front desk"...that's when I got a little irritated and asked to speak to someone else who also refused to give any names also or some sort of confirmation I canceled. After she told me they did not save any credit cards on file I felt a little better, and just hung up. I've stayed at many hotels and I worked at a best western and have never heard of such craziness. These people need training.

I rated this hotel 3 out of 5 because of the few maintenance problems in the room I stayed in. I'll attach some photos. None of these problems affected my stay dramatically, so I still rated 3. The first two are with the bathroom. First, the bathroom door, but this was the least of my problems, it didn't affect much, just a little unsightly, especially on the toilet. The other one is around the shower, there's weird black stuff, and it looks unsafe (water damage?) and definitely ugly. The last few are in the main room, it was a 2 queen, so there was only 1 room. The first one I will mention is the fridge, there were 3 dents on the door of the fridge, it a diagonal line, maybe a single accident? One other one is with the night stand, there were no plugs on the lamps, which I usually expect, but there was 3 unoccupied ones behind it, but with those I couldn't plug my phone in and use it while laying in bed. The last one is the dresser and desk, there was a few chunks of wood missing all around it, but that's normal wear, but still a little annoying because it would easily be covered up with a little wood stain and something to cover up the holes. But overall it's pretty good, the beds were comfy, the bathroom and the whole room in general were clean.

This is a great place. We stayed one night. Our room was really large, comfortably laid out, and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the full deal.....hot breakfast with all the other side dishes you'd want. A little road noise, but no big deal. We totally enjoyed our stay and it was worth every penny.

I was there for a business trip. Upon arrival I was nicely greeted, check-in was flawless and fast because of pre-check-in through Best Western membership and e-mail... Room was clean with a neutral smell. Exterior is very well kept. Even though the weather was cooling off and the exterior pool was closed, the jacuzzi was still open and available for those willing to brave a quick dip.

Always a good relaxing stay. Come to lots of eating places. Easy to check in and check out. Staff attentive and helpful. Lots of plug-ins to charge up my tablet, phone, and watch. My dog enjoyed her stay as well.

I would certainly stay here again. Clean, nice decor, friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. Great location that is convenient and close to so many things. I also found the price to fair and a good value. I usually stay in Salem but due to an emergency I needed a quick reservation and my regular hotels were not available. It proved to be a good option.

This was a quick business trip but I was happy with the friendly service, the clean room, the full hot breakfast, and the location of the hotel. They had enough area for my dog to use too. I had no issues at all.

I stay at this property frequently when I travel to the area for business. I have found it to be generally clean and kept up well, and now that breakfast is being offered again, I enjoy staying here as much as any other spot that offers a government rate room. Employees are generally friendly and helpful, and I landed a room upgrade somehow on this trip, which was a nice perk. Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I did note that the jets in my bathtub did not function, for whatever that's worth, but I still really enjoyed having the nicer room. Fitness room is also open again, and while there isn't a ton there, it beats having to jog outside as the weather starts to become unfavorable. Gem of the property is the breakfast room employee, Angelica, who takes exceptional care of the guests starting their day with a warm meal. Downsides of the property: Freeway noise from I-5 can be a little much if you're on that side of the property and aren't the type who can tune it out, and the pillows provided are TERRIBLE. Do yourself a favor, and bring your own. Also, I always seem to find myself sharing a wall with, or getting the room beneath couples who seem to be on their honeymoon; I guess Woodburn is an exotic place for folks to visit and... celebrate(?).

We had to find a room because our place was being treated by an exterminator. While normally check in is not until 3 I asked if it was possible for us to check in early. I knew there was a strong possibility that there would be no rooms ready but decided to try. You see my husband has stage 4 cancer. He would have been in great pain to have to sit for the 5 hrs we would have had to wait. When the staff heard about why we needed the room they went above and beyond to help get my husband comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better.

The hotel itself is average. The price was outrageous though. My card was charged incorrectly by the staff. The manager was AWFUL, so rude & so unhelpful that I had to dispute the charge with my bank instead.

My stay was excellent very, good price super clean rooms and very quiet. Very convenient to stay at this BestWestern it is nearby good restaurants and the outlets in Woodburn Oregon. Thank you very much will choose this place to stay again.

The hotel was decent for what we had planned for the weekend. A good location for everything we did; 1 1/2 hours to Lincoln City Beach, 30 minutes to the Water Park, 45 minutes to Beaverton for Employee Store Shopping.

We always stay at this hotel for our family reunions, with the exception of 2020. This was by far the worst experience I've had here. To start, when checking in the front desk clerk didn't ask how many keys we wanted. I had 2 rooms reserved, one with 2 people and one with 3 people. He only gave us 1 key each. I looked at them and asked him to please give us 1 key more per room since there would be more than 1 adult per room. He sighed and proceeded to get me the other keys. He also did this to my Mother and my Sister when they checked in. We entered the room and it was clean but a little dated. The closet door was broken but I was able to fix it enough that it "worked". The bathroom door didn't latch as well. It wasn't a problem until the 10 month old tried to play in the toilet. I called the front desk and they apologized and said they would get maintenance on it but they never showed up. The pool was also closed (with no mention of it on the website while making reservations). When we asked the front desk they stated that it was down for "Maintenance" our rom overlooked the pool and I never saw anyone preforming said "Maintenance". The wifi was INCREDIABLY slow, so slow my husband actually tested the speed and it measured slower than dial-up internet. My family also experienced the same slow internet speed as well. My last complaint is that I had left a note under the tip for housekeeping to please replace the conditioner in the shower since it was empty and to leave a new tissue box since it was empty. They took the tip but didn't do anything that I asked. I am saddened by how our stay went. Like I said before, we've stayed here every year and every year it was nice. This year it seemed like they were cutting corners left and right and at the price you paid it didn't seem right. My final annoyance with the place was after I submitted my review to Best Western and the response that I got from the Manager. They addressed none of the concerns I listed and just gave a copy and paste answer, How do I know this? My sister and my mom got the exact same email word for word. They obviously didn't care about what I took the time to say to try and hopefully help them out in the future. I truly loved this hotel but now I question if I should be loyal to another business that will actually at least pretend to listen to their customers. Due to an annual family reunion, we stay at this hotel often. Unfortunately, we felt very let down this time around. We called multiple times before the trip to make sure the pool would be available and were promised each time it was. When we checked in, we were told it was closed 'for maintenance.' We had 100+ temps this past weekend and the Littles were SO looking forward to that pool. We ended up with a room overlooking the closed pool and NO ONE every came near 'maintenancing' that pool. The breakfast staff also continued to close the breakfast room 15 to 30 minutes prior to their posted closing and would get huffy with guests who called them on it and asked for some the food that they'd cleared to return. And to top it off, the king bed was as hard as a rock. It was as if someone nailed plywood to some concrete, laid a sheet down, and wished you a good night. We were very disappointed. There are some good things about this hotel that has kept us coming back all these years. The king suite is an excellent size for parents traveling with Littles. The kids have room to play, the queen sleeper sofa fits Littles nicely and the jacuzzi tub was wonderful for those nightly baths. The property itself is very clean and they have taken good care to keep it that way. And it's an excellent location: near the outlet mall and Portland, but without the Portland cost. We hope that this wretched annual stay was a fluke,

I only stayed one night with family due to work being done at my home, but it was a very pleasant night. The front dest staff was friendly and professional, and the room was very clean. The location is just ok - there are not any great places to eat in Woodburn, but Canby has quite a few so we went there for meals. The room was surprising quiet considering how close to I-5 it is, and we did not hear much noise from other guests either, despite a full hotel. Internet work well, wi-fi was stable and there was an ethernet port in the room to connect for even better speed. Overall a nice place to stay and I would stay again.

The shower had 3 dispensers labeled Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and all 3 were completely empty. I'm an avid runner and was completely sweaty when I tried to shower before a business meeting and found there was no needed products. This was totally unacceptable after spending $115 on the room! I notified the front desk and the Gal nodded her head and shrugged her shoulders.I also sent a message to BW and zero response. I will not stay at any BW's again. Terrible Customer Service!!!

I have not been able to see my friend in a while with the whole COVID situation but figured meeting up at a hotel and having a girl's night would be fun! I arrived at the hotel around 4 PM and was able to get checked in fairly quickly and easily. I like the fact they have a barrier up and some Purell on the wall for that extra sense of safety. I asked the lady at the front desk what steps they have taken to handle COVID as it is a concern of mine. The lady explained that the hotel follows all guidelines recommended by the CDC and Oregon Health Department, with hand-sanitizer available to guests, masks being required in the hotel, and social distancing markers on the floor to encourage cooperation by the public. I brought my dog with me and was able to get a dog-friendly room and was glad to see the room was not carpet. This made me feel the room was cleaner and easily sanitized. Denny's is right next door and will deliver food to the hotel for no charge. Plus The breakfast was a bagged lunch type breakfast with plenty of options. My friend and I had some and took pictures to add It was a nice stay for my friend and me to see each other which hasn't happened in a long time due to COVID. I felt safe in this hotel that seemed to take cleaning seriously.

I normally don't stay at many Best Western properties because a lot of them are outdated. But I was actually surprised how this property is keeping up. I look at all reviews before picking a location but with it being Woodburn, OR - a small town outside of Salem, OR, you don't have many options and the Best Western had the better reviews. Yes, the property is old, but well kept. The lobby was large, clean, and standard with a western theme. The front desk has your standard COVID shield and I saw all employees wearing masks so I cannot agree with previous reviews. Upon checking in, I was quickly greeted by Daniel. Check-in is generally 3 PM but Daniel was nice enough to allow me a room after checking with Housekeeping that a room was available. While Daniel was checking with Housekeeping, a lady came out of the office, whom I learned her name is Dani, greeted me kindly and continued to inform me about the hotel procedures. Dani informed me that due to COVID, for everyone's safety, housekeeping would not service my room for the 3 days I was due to stay with them, but I was welcome to request additional towels, change of towels, and change of trash. Daniel returned to the state they had a room for me to check-in early. I was informed that breakfast was limited to "Grab-N-Go" bags due to COVID which came with a bottle of water, an apple, and a muffin and I could choose additional options of orange juice, apple juice, bagel with cream cheese (prewrapped), Jimmy Dean McMuffin either sausage and egg or egg and Canadian bacon, or a bacon and egg burrito. I was pleased with the options. Not a hot breakfast but better than nothing. They also serve hot coffee behind the front desk in the morning too which I can say is much better than the coffee in the room. I stayed in room #119, a king standard room. Pictures uploaded. I was not displeased with the room. Carpets were not stained or torn. Microwave and fridge were your basic hotel standard, clean and no items left behind in them. The bathroom was clean and a standard hotel bathroom. Lights, phone, and alarm clock all in working order. The TV was a little small but worked. The Wave cable and internet were my only issue. My TV went to a black screen and said, "Interruption in service" I called the front desk and spoke with Sharon who quickly came and fixed it and was supper apologetic though it wasn't her fault. Overall, for a small-town hotel, this was a great pick compared to the other options in the area, Supper 8 and La Quinta. The staff is great. Yes, they are next to I5 and they put everyone on the east side of the hotel which is the furthest from I5 but you do still hear traffic. If I am back in town for work I WILL come here again.

This review is for my stay on 12-19-2020 in Room 203. As all Best Westerns are independently owned and operated this review is for this specific location. Upon arrival the inside looks clean and nice, and older woman was friendly at the front counter. After coming into the room I saw crayon drawn all over the ottoman so I took a picture (as I don't have any kids) so I wouldn't be held responsible for that. I also kept smelling something foul throughout the room but could not figure out where it came from, so I assumed it was the carpets. At around midnight roughly until almost 4 am, the sound coming from the room above my room was loud thumping. Sounded almost like fireworks or a dog digging, thought maybe it was bad piping? I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it and after 4 am it did seize, but I had already not gotten any sleep so that was a loss. The woman in the morning at the desk was very abrupt and rudely gave us our grab and go Breakfast. When we tried to warm up the breakfast in the microwave in the room we found what the smell had been all night long. Someone's old, partially moldy food in the microwave. Appetite lost and just decided it was best to leave at this point and check out. I kindly let the front desk clerk know the situation and showed pictures, so again, I wasn't held responsible and her response was “I don't know what do you want me to do about it.” I asked to speak to a manager to address the whole experience and was told to fill out this form requesting a call. I'm not only disappointed in the room but also how the situation was handled, considering I was calm, polite and understanding the whole time. I understand things are not always perfect but her eye rolls, deep sighs and lack of help and empathy was unprofessional and unnecessary.

As I have now discovered in reading other reviews, the Best Western in Woodburn OR, does not take COVID seriously. The front desk person wears her mask below her nose. When asked to lift it, she angrily said she has asthma. I suggested she wear something to indicate that so she wouldn't be challenged which only made her angrier. She actually called my room to ask me "what my problem was". One of the 2 men at check out the next morning also, had his mask down. I called a day later to get the manager's name and the original staff person answered the phone. She shouted at me calling me "rude" over and over. She ended with telling me that "if you are so old and delicate, just stay home". BTW, the door to the room sagged so much that the key was very difficult to use and we could not use the dead bolt at all. Staff seemed pretty uninterested in that too. Good luck if you stay there!

There was little to no indication the hotel was taking Covid seriously. Staff weren't always wearing masks, precaution notices were only on the front door. There was a plexiglass card at the front desk, but the manager wasn't respecting the mask rule. When asked about her mask, she said, "it's in my pocket."

We frequented this hotel for a number of years and in the past we had been quite satisfied. However this stay was such a disappointed because of the drop in quality we cut short our stay moved to another Best Western. There was no hot breakfast, no hot coffee, and smoke from the Oregon fires filled the room.Tthe A/C only brought in more smoke. The window was poorly insulated for sound so we can hear the freeway traffic all night.

Looks nice outside but dated. Nice staff at front desk. Loud AC unit and peeling paint and cracked plaster in bathroom. Pool, spa and exercise room closed due to covid, but no info about this online. Also, breakfast not served as advertised, instead have a bag with apple, plain bagel and bottle of water. Overall”Just OK”.

Front desk employees didn't wear masks. Grab and Go breakfast was a joke...wal-mart water, apple, plain bagel and maybe a jam (they ran out). Front desk clerk, with no gloves or mask, attempted to find me jam going through all of the other Grab and Go bags. Pool and spa were closed and clearly not being maintained. No discount offered for services clearly not available to offer.

I booked economy rate offered on BW online and given the noisiest room at the end of the hall. Age discrimination or economy discrimination ?? Disinterested front desk, perhaps due to rude manager. When the neighbor took a morning shower, I was awakened by a continuous loud tapping sound.

This hotel needs a good cleaning, the elevator was dirty, the room was old and the extra $ I spent for a Spa tub were not worth it. After running a bath and jumping in at the end of a long day, I turned on the jets. After a minute or so I noticed grime coming from the jets. It was enough to leave a ring around the tub after it drained.

Room had paper thin walls and tv and voices from next door and upstairs were loud. Freeway noise was constant. Room was relatively clean but stains from daily use were very visible. Hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was excellent though.

We choose this hotel for it;s ease of access to outlet mall and easy on/off freeway. Also like the Best Western Brand. The room was clean and in good shape. Nice comfortable chair and foot stool. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. Next to freeway but didn't hear any traffic noise. The staff was efficient and quick on check-in. Good flow of hot water in shower. Hot tub was refreshing after a day of traveling, could have been a little warmer. It would have been nice if the pool had been open. Overall nice comfortable stay.

Great place to stay for the price. Good breakfast options. Saturday breakfast had bacon and eggs with cheese. We stayed 2 nights. Sunday breakfast they had biscuits with grits and gravy which we didn't eat but there still was a good selection of other things to eat Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Location was great, near where we needed to be. However we needed an ADA room and although labeled as such the necessary adaptations were not available. We asked for a roll in shower and was hoping for a "comfort height toilet" also. Recently having hip surgery the toilet is a big thing. The restaurant in the hotel is great with excellent food.

Breakfast was fabulous-cheese omlettes,egg and chorizo sausage burritos with all the toppings, bacon and sausage links, 2 kinds of fried potatoes, waffle bad, oatmeal bar, yogurt bar, bagels and cold cereal. Kingsize bed was very firm (just the way we like it) we requested an upper floor room which was accomodated. It was very quiet.

We were in town for a funeral. We had 6 people in our group and when we reserved we asked for one king room and a room with 2 queens. They set us in 2 king rooms and made me pay for an additional room with 2 queens no offer of upgrade or roll away bed.. nothing. I had to pay for 3 rooms for six people... my husband, my self and my three kids and one grand kid. We will never recommend or stay at this location again. Brian was the name of the unhelpful person that did all of this at check-in. He claimed to be the “night auditor”.

Everything was first class and very clean. The service and staff was great. Wonderful breakfast. I was hungry for scrambled eggs and they were cooked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. I would have liked an extra throw blanket for the bed.

We love to stay at BW Hotels around the country as we especially enjoy the beds and facilities; however this BW in Woodburn was disappointing. Our review would've been very different aside from the fact that there was a plumbing issue so there was no running water or toilet facilities that were working from the time we checked in until 8:30 pm then again from 11pm to 8:20 am. The lack of communication was disappointing as we were not informed when the water was working again nor when it was unavailable. We had to ask for water for hygiene purposes and were informed we could go next door to Denny's Restaurant to use their facilities as the toilets were not working. There was no apology for the inconvenience nor efforts for compensation until we asked if there would be some type of compensation. We were happy they compensated us one nights stay. We realize our stay at this BW location is not a reflection on other BW Hotels as we have had wonderful stays elsewhere.

Staff was very nice, and the rooms were very clean. The beds are super comfortable, breakfast is the usual nothing fancy but it is nice to not have to pay for breakfast. Surprisingly quiet being right off the freeway. Outlet Mall across the freeway has a lot of great shopping and a few good restaurants, nice to have meal options so close by.

Great location with Woodburn Outlets across the street. Nice sized room, quiet building good parking. Free breakfast was just alright. Think they need to update options. The pillows were small. Price ok for what you get. Didn't use pool as we were too tired from shopping but nice looking for kids.

We were traveling Northbound and a couple other BW to the SOuth were full, so we called and reserved one of the last rooms--a king suite. The price was REALLY reasonable, and the room was very nice. I wish wish were staying in the area longer because it would have been perfect home base for touring the area. But we only needed the one night. Room was clean, Bed was good, it was really quiet, and the water pressure was ample in the jetted tub. Breakfast was ok, nothing past ordinary, and we didn't get a chance to use the pool so can't say about that. We'd stop here again if we stay in the area. Front desk help was very good both check in and out.

This is a newer building with quiet ventilation system. The rooms were very clean, they had good selection of breakfast items and the breakfast staff were very attentive. Out of the eight hotels I lived during my 8-day trip, this one was the best value.

Other than loose wall plugs which caused some phone charging issues, the stay was quite comfy, quiet place, central to all of my needs, and definitely family friendly. Room lighting could be a bit more brighter. Breakfast had a great overall selection.

I stopped here while driving south on I5. It's a reliable Best Western with a clean room and bathroom, fast and easy check-in and the standard breakfast buffet - with both hot and cold items available.

Standard BW hotel - clean, nice rooms, WiFi is good, beds comfortable, condition could be a little improved but overall there is nothing really disturbing; well the AC could be less loud. Hot breakfast is good, it includes sausage and eggs, juice, oatmeal, etc. Staff was very nice. You can take advantage of the close proximity to the outlet malls.

you could not ask for a better property to stay at in the Portland area. It is close enough to anything you would want to do with out being in the thick of things. All of the staff I dealt with where amazing.

Over all with my staying is very good. Breakfast is different from one Best Western from another. I stay at 2 different Best Western during my last trip. Price is the same but room size can be different. Guess it depends on the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the big hot breakfast buffet available. Lots of seating, too. We had a double queen which was nice and roomy. Beds great. The only problem was the body wash and shampoo dispensers were almost empty. Took lots of pumping to get the soap out. They did have a bar of bath soap in the counter basket which was necessary. Good location at the major interchange for Woodburn and a Denny's restaurant was next door.

There are staff at this hotel that are raciest and profile people of color to be doubled charged and experience other negative interactions with the hotel. There are many reviews that speak to this problem over time and the manager is as much at fault as he and the owners allow the problem to continue. I would suggest staying away from this hotel and if you are of color check in at your own risk you will be disrespected.

y set out cookies in the evening in the lobby and have coffee as well so it is a nice welcome. There is good seating in the lobby if you need to wait on anyone. The rooms here were huge with the widest night stands I've ever seen. Our room was quiet but a member of our party had a room on the other end of the hotel near the interstate and she could hear the traffic. Our beds were comfortable and we slept well. I also liked that they had an ottoman along with the easy chair - nice to put your feet up. They include tip envelopes in the room to make tipping the staff easier and to encourage folks to leave a little something for the hardworking folks that keep the rooms clean for us. Breakfast was fun and different. They had cups of fruit yogurt and a big dispenser with a nice vanilla yogurt. There was granola and chips to stir in (fruit topping would have made a nice addition). The only eggs on offer were hard boiled but, interestingly, they had biscuits, gravy and chicken fried steak. They also had sausages, a waffle maker, hot oatmeal and raisin bread for toasting. The breakfast was particularly memorable for the unique items offered.

We drove seven hours with two young girls and pets, for an overnight visit with family. Staff allowed grandma to check in and out, changing rooms, disabling keys, all without our knowledge or consent. It was irritating to say the least.

I didn't plan in advance to stay at this hotel; however, it became handy afterwards, and it's next to transit station where I boarded a bus. The room i stayed was very clean, fresh clean smell bed sheets, clean bathroom & towels. Staffs were very nice and respectful. I requested for an hour late checkout, and they honored it. They served hot break fast,egg cheese omelet, hard boiled eggs, hash Brown, boiled potatoes, sausage,oatmeal, pancakes, assorted fruit juices & yogurts, & pastries. The house keepers are all hard workers.

Beds where are not comfortble the room was very noisy from the I-5 highway. The breakfast is not a full breakfast as othe BW in smaller cities, and did not re load items we where 30 min before closin and most items are out. Would find another if in this city

Another great Best Western Inn! First of all, it was so inexpensive. I'm used to worse accommodations for much greater cost. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was outstanding. I had a view of the mountains from my window. Service was cheerful and quite good. Totally happy!

I had teenagers partying my 1st night AMD an alarm that was sounding in a nearby room until Incalled the front desk to investigate the alarm at midnight. A train goes by multiple times during the night and the refrigerator is loud. My 3rd night had a very loud couple in an adjacent room. In both instances of the teens and loud couple, the noise was LOUD and carried on past midnight. Thankfully a Walgreens was nearby and I was able to purchase earplugs! Additionally, the room was excessively dusty which aggravated my sinuses. Not sure the room had been vacuumed AMD an expensive eyeliner went "missing " during my stay

This was the best hotel I stayed at for my whole vacation . It was very clean and I felt very safe with my daughter and my small dog. The pet friendly room was the cleanest that I have stayed in in along time. I will be to this hotel.

The Woodburn Best Western is a great value for the price. Quick breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Fitness room equipment in great working order. Stair access to the second floor made for no waiting on the elevator but the supported my security requirements.

Woodburn Best Western is conveniently located near the Woodburn Premium Outlets .The hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly knowledgeable staff. The breakfast buffet was well organized with a healthy selection of foods .

Travelling to Yuma and check in was quick and a fair charge for our dog. Nice room close to door and lots of spots for our dog. Fair price so will stay again and just off the I5 and very convenient. Ordered pizza and delivered too room.

We spent one night here as we travelefor an eveningd through Oregon this past week. After reading positive reviews, we selected this property and were very pleased. We reserved a king room which was spotlessly clean, and believe me, I check everything thoroughly, We requested a room on the top floor away from the elevator, and it was very quiet, very comfortable bed as well. Nice to have a Denney's adjacent for an evening meal without having to drive again. Morning breakfast provided by the hotel was pretty much standard fare, but attractively presented with an attentive welcoming hostess present. Very nice to see hand sanitizer available.

This property is conveniently located to the I5 and amenities needeed for travel. It is across the freeway from a large outlet mall which may be an attraction for some. The rate is fair for the level of accomodation. A typical travel hotel. Not fancy but it is well maintained and clean.

This hotel is located across the I5 from the Woodburn outlet mall. It is tucked away enough you do not hear the freeway. The parking is fine, if you park near the entrance but if not it seems sketchy. The lobby is nice but small. The receptionist seemed more interested in what she was doing then wanting to make sure I was taken care of. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small. The price seemed a little high for what you got in room and service. A little disappointed for a best western

This was not a planned stay but as I was driving from California to Washington I started feeling upset in my stomack. I saw this BW and since I have found this brand to be nice places I decided to stop and see if they had a room. They did and it turned out to be one of the nicer BW I've stayed. Very nice inside and super quiet. I sleep like a baby and fully rested for the next day. I felt better after a good nights rest too.

My fiance and I had an amazing experience at this property. The front desk ladies Ruth and Sharon were so friendly and were able to make our stay memorable. The hotel in a great location to shop at the Woodburn Factory Outlet Mall. The rooms are spotless and we had a fantastic stay.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property. I also appreciated it was dog friendly, and so did our lil four pawed boy. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and the staff made sure they kept all items stocked. The variety of breakfast items was great as well. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very stiff.

Hotel was nice, clean. Staff at the front was very nice. The free breakfast was the best I have seen at any hotel. They had omlets, breakfast burritos, bisquits n gravy, bacon, sausage, yoplait as well as natural yogurt, granola, fruit, waffels, and the regular donuts, toast, muffins, coffee etc.

This motel was ok, the price was higher than I normally pay, so I used my rewards points to stay the weekend. Was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were outside and it was cold and windy during our stay. The Breakfast buffet was excellent, one of the best we have had at a motel. This is an overall treat for those of us who travel or choose to stay over in or near Portland. Across the I-5 from Woodburn Premier Outlet Mall. Many and varied food outlets to choose from minutes nearby. The desk staff and management are very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast attendant is very active and right on top of keeping everything they offer fresh and complete. One of the better breakfasts by a Best Western. TV offerings are excellent, vast choice of programs. Have to mention the room cleaning staff as they do a great job of preparing the rooms, linens, towels, bathrooms etc. Parking is very good and safe. If you are close to Portland or interested in shopping at a Premier Outlet Mall, this hotel and staff provide the perfect place to stay. Traveling thru? Great hotel and great I-5 access. It is a gem - you will not be disappointed. As a very 'fussy' traveller, I am comfortable here. You will love it.

This is the only hotel in Woodburn I choose to stay at when traveling there for family business. The manager and employees are very kind and considerate (which is usually a trait that trickles down from upper mgmt, so that says a lot about the entire group running this place). These people go above and beyond to make sure you are treated well and happy with your stay, and the rooms are nicely updated, comfortable and clean. There's a Denny's diner just outside the front entrance, and Walgreens is just down the block. Plus it is very convenient to the Outlet Mall which is worth a visit:) Highly recommend this Best Western if you are looking for reliable comfort.

We were very pleased with the Best Western in Woodburn. The room was very clean, excellent bed linens and nice room layout and functionality. We were surprised that this was on the lower end of the family of BW hotels. Service was great and staff were very friendly. The price was extremely reasonable also. The only negative was the quality of the breakfast items.

I was here for 2 nights. I was very warmly greeted when I came in and the front desk staff was always very pleasant. The location is excellent close to the highway, restaurants and outlet mall. The room was decent and it was night to have a refrigerator and microwave. The treadmill in the exercise room was new and good. The room was clean but the bathtub had the outline of a rectangle - must have been something stuck there and then removed. The shower was fine, but I wouldn't have wanted to take a bath. The breakfast was adequate, but I would have appreciated more health food like herbal teas, plain yogurt, whole grain breads.

Whenever we visit Portland, Oregon, 90 percent of the time we stayed at BW in Woodburn Oregon. The premises has friendly, courteous and helpful staff. As you enter the lobby you will be greeted by the staff at the desk, making you feel at home already. The ladies in the dining room are quite friendly and hospitable too. The surrounding is clean and lots of parking space. The rooms are quite clean and bed is comfortable. The bonus is the fact the premises is about 5 minutes from the factory outlet and restaurants.

I gave this hotel three stars because it is outdated and does not offer the amenities that many other modern hotels offer. However, with that said, overall the hotel is a decent place to spend a night or two. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and relatively pleasant, and the location is close to the interstate, across from the outlet malls, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A Walgreen's and Denny's are in easy walking distance. The beds were very firm as we like them, but missing a bed spread or additional blankets. The Wi-Fi seemed very reliable. One possible big negative for some might be the traffic noise. The hotel is surrounded by the interstate, with on and off tramps, and the noise was loud and constant. The windows are old and just do nothing from keeping the noise out. In fact, the window in our room opened. My wife and I were not bothered by the noise, but if you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise, avoid this hotel. The traffic noise was really loud. In the room we were in on the third floor there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, nor soap dish. So, you put the soap on the counter. The bath tub has a plastic or rubber mat on the bottom that is peeling up, The coffee maker is a small old fashioned type with the coffee pads. Not the newer pod type, No thermostat in the room. Temperature is controlled by manually adjusting the AC/Heat unit by the window. There is no safe in the room, and no closet, just a closet area without doors. The desk is small and basic with two AC outlets. The chair is a very basic small desk chair on wheels. There is no vending machines in the building, only ice machines, Vending is handled by the front desk, with a small offering Some cookies, chips, soda. That's it, and on the evening I was there they had no diet drinks at all. The next day I walked to Walgreen's and bought some. The breakfast on our first morning was very basic, scrambled egg pods, sausage, something friend. Pancakes, juice, cereal, coffee. I was a little late to breakfast but it was still ongoing but the eggs, sausage and biscuit were all cold. The coffee I liked because it was warm and strong. However, the second morning the food was much improved, and warmer. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bed side lamps each has a snake light so one person can read a book or magazine without bothering the other person. Unfortunately, the bulb was out in my lamp. But a good idea. The front staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is relatively attractive with a nice lobby. Hallways are clean, elevator is clean and doesn't make a lot of cranky noises as some do. Seemed to be plenty of parking. If this was twenty years ago I would have given this hotel 5 stars. But it just doesn't compete with other hotels these days. Also, the price is higher than it should be for this type quality. For $110 a night I expected a more updated facility. Again, a terrific location in regards to highways, restaurants and shopping. The area appears to be very safe. A relatively neat and nice stay, just not up to today's normal standards in my opinion. However, I have not stayed in the other local hotels in this area so can't say there are any better.

This Best Western experience was great. Good location, friendly staff and great room. Very clean, breakfast was great! We were very pleased with the price and the room. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

this hotel is located very conveniently right off of Interstate 5; very clean and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are located very close by. The room was very clean- and we were very comfortable. My only criticism is that the location doesn't give you a very quiet environment, since it is located on a major freeway.

Showed up and asked for a room. Was told the computer was down and they could not check me in , although they made a reservation for someone on the phone while I was standing there, and checked someone standing behind me who had made a booking on booking.com one minute earlier. Clerk was totally inept and should not have been left alone. Avoid this place like the plague.

If you are planing to go to the outlets, this hotel is a good place to stay. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the walls are so thin, you can hear everything which can make your night not the best, but overall a good hotel.

This hotel was super clean, had a nice pool, and had a very convenient location, just across the freeway from the outlet malls. Breakfast was generous with good variety, and everything suited my family's needs.

Conveniently located. Easy on and off of the Interstate. Room was nice, Internet was FAST, breakfast was great, and the thermostat on the A/C actually allowed it to get comfortably cool in the room. Very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel location is perfect right near the outlet mall and plenty of dining options as well. Rooms are clean and breakfast is much better then other Best Western's I have stayed out, the staff here really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and for that I will be back in my next visit to the area.

This hotel is ok for a short stay--not a huge room. The breakfast was fine. The wi-fi worked easily. Parking was ample. Outside pool was refreshing on a hot day after a looong drive. Our GPS couldn't find the address but it's right off the freeway. Which means you are going to hear freeway noise all night. Several nearby restaurants. The only issue was when we checked in we were told we had to come back and get our Welcome Snacks. Never not just been given them at check-in. So I came back an hour later, different person at the front desk was confused that I hadn't already received them. Otherwise, enough staff to check everyone in timely. OK hotel for a day of nearby shopping or a pit stop along a road trip.

Great place to stay! Everyone and everything about our stay was wonderful. All of the staff was courteous, helpful, always had a smile regardless of the time of day. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good. I would recommend the property to anyone.

This is a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are clean and accommodating. This isn't a 5 star hotel, but it's quiet, clean and comfortable and located in a quiet nice area. Have stayed here before and will continue to stay here again.

Spent one night at this Best Western. The hotel looks like it has been updated not too long ago. There is nothing special here, but it works well for a night's stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet even with the freeway next door. The only issue we had was our door wouldn't latch unless we slammed it shut, which I'm sure the neighbors appreciated. Anyway, we would stay here again. I would recommend that you sleep in and forget the breakfast, it isn't worth getting up early for...

No issues, casual feel at this hotel. Wouldn't stop in Woodburn again but our one night stopover was OK. Room clean, good shower (no fan in bathroom so room filled with moisture which was weird and made it muggy).

This is one of the nicest and cleanest hotel in the area! I come to Woodburn often to shop at the Outlet Mall across the street and always stay at the Best Western! The staff is very professional and the rooms are very comfy, not to mention the hot breakfast is delicious! I wold definitely recommend staying at this property! 5 STARS in my book!

This is a clean, up to date motel that is very comfortable, has al necessary amenities and a helpful Friendly staff. If you intend to,shop the Woodburn outlet it is a great location. It was definitely quiet, you could not hear any highway traffic. We would use this motel again.

We are beginning to move over to the Best Western Brand and git the jackpot with this otel. The breakfast was awesome. So much to choose from and a wonderful variety of breakfast items and everyone of the choices was excellent.

The walls of this hotel are incredibly thin! Bring your ear plugs if you plan on getting any sleep. The bathtub had brown stains in the corner as if had not been cleaned well in some time. Not a good experience and will not return.

Check in check out both are ok. Parking lot has enough Spacs. Breakfast needs to wait to refill. Guest room didn't have hair dryer. Overall, it's a good hotel to stay. We will come back on our next trip.

The terrible quality of bed made our experience quite unpleasant. One goes to the hotel to sleep so if the beds are are not up to par why bother. The location of this hotel is very convenient next to interstate 5. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in the small eating area.

This is a pretty nice hotel, but I would probably not recommend it. There is no soundproofing in this hotel, and we were inundated by noise from I-5, the ice machine, the people upstairs having sex and playing mariachi music, and the fire alarm in the middle of the night.

We stayed at the Best Western, Woodburn Inn, for 2 nights in March. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice hotel in Woodburn. The hotel is right off I-5, and is easy to get to. The location is convenient to freeway access, shopping and dining options. Fridays and Saturdays are busy, as an upscale outlet mall is very close. There is adequate parking and a Denny's restaurant is right next door. The staff were generally helpful and friendly. We understand that the Best Western chain is changing their business model from corporate to franchise ownership and we are concerned that this may not be a good move for customers. The room was pleasant, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had asked for an upper floor but were told they were all booked up except for the more expensive jacuzzi room. We were given the ground floor and it was a little noisy at times. There were a number of children staying here and it sounded like they were running back and forth upstairs. The king sized bed was very comfortable though the bedding was a bit lightweight. The room was equipped with a number of amenities: ironing board and iron, bath robe, a range of complimentary toiletries, lots of thick, fluffy towels, a swivel TV with a good selection of channels, a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, easy chair and ottoman, dresser, desk and chair, bed side night tables with large drawers and good lamps, and plenty of counter space for toiletries. While the paned windows are attractive, the seals are poor, leading to cold air pouring in and a drafty room. The complimentary breakfast was decent and served until 9:30. The breakfast room was busy and at peak times there was no place to sit. Hot items as well as cold were available. Fresh fruit included pears, apples, oranges, and a fruit salad, but alas, no bananas. They could have added a plain yogurt along with the selection of flavoured ones. Their coffee was unusually good. When I commented about the lack of real cream (as opposed to a flavoured edible oil product) for coffee, real cream appeared! Warm chocolate chip cookies were served in the afternoon. The outdoor pool had some leaves at the bottom and the hot tub bottom could have used some attention. Nevertheless I tried both of them out. The pool was surprisingly warm for a March day! The hot tub water was sparkling clean and nice and hot! The small gym had a bike, treadmill and elliptical machine as well as one smallish weight machine. There were wall mirrors, towels, a TV and a water cooler. No free weights, balls or mats. The price is reasonable. We would consider staying at this hotel again, depending on cost

We stay here once or twice a year. Their rooms are always clean, their breakfast is amazing and hot! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always an incredible experience. We book their family suite as we have a large family. It makes our stay so much better. They are always so kind to our kids. Their kitchen staff keeps the breakfast food hot and plentiful. Wagfles, fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice, milk.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. We had a great rest. The service was good and the complimentary breakfast and coffee was very good! Would definitely stay there again. Someone left the outdoor hot tub running (heat turned on) with no one in it, and when I notified the front desk (after the hot tub hours) she didn't know how to shut it off and asked me if we could do it?? That was funny!

Staying here for 4 nights. Check-in was less then friendly. Person at desk was efficient, just lacked a whole lotta customer service. We walked down to the pool area and it was open, hot tub was hot and pool seemed to be heated. Grandson was looking for a nice soak, only to find the next day it was closed and found staff to say it wasn't open until mid-May? Why was it open the day before?? Beds are like others have said, "plywood", with minimal paper thin linens. Heating/cooling system is ARCHAIC. Nothing more needs to be said. For the first 2 nights, we came home in the early evening and our room key cards didn't work. First time, we went to the lobby desk and there were several teenagers hanging around chatting it up with the front desk person. We had to WAIT while she finished selling boxes of candy to get our keys re-keyed. Really? The next evening, the key cards didn't work again. I'm fast-pacing it to the front lobby and disrupt a young woman eating her dinner. I ask "Why? We're only half way through a 4-night stay and our keys don't work again?" She raises her shoulders and shrugs, "I didn't check you in. It's not my problem". I proceeded to explain to her that "yes, it IS your problem, it's your business, take some responsibility." Not happy with the lack of customer service at the front desk. They have the "if I don't give you eye-contact, you'll go away." type of personalities. This hotel needs some SERIOUS training in customer service in the front desk/lobby personnel. The cleaning service, and those who work in the dining area seem to have it....those at the front desk, not at all. Won't be staying her again, nor would I recommend it.

We had a clean comfortable king room. In addition to king bed with lights on both sides., room had a comfortable chair with ottoman. Room had frig and microwave. Hotel served cookies in evening---nice touch. Convenient location to Premium Outlet mall. Did not use outdoor pool that did not look clean.

Everything worked except for the WiFi internet. It says to "Update browser". I used my laptop and the hotel's wifi computer and I got back the same answer. Had to get away from the night and the snow. Staff was so, so.

Coffee is not very good. Staff was helpful with 3 key reprogrammings. Keep your key away from a cell phone! Clean and well kept. My bed was 8 of 10, everyone can t be totally happy. Did I mention the coffee?

We were very happy with our stay. The bed was comfortable. The young man that checked us in was also very nice. It was a very cold night and the heat work very quick, I was warm in no time at all. Thank u

Front desk staff were mostly friendly & helpful. Housekeeping was erratic, depended on who happened to be on duty that day. Breakfast bar was good most days. Hotel is right off I-5, easy to get to. Suite was good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as our daughter and family live in Mt. Angel and this is the closest hotel for us. It is always very nice, clean, convenient to the freeway and their house. Many restaurants and shopping in the area and a decent morning breakfast with nice staff. The price is reasonable for what you get with our senior discoujnt.

The BW Woodburn staff was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our Cocker Spaniel and so were happy to have a pet-friendly option close to our destination. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to freeway access, shopping and dining options. We would stay at this hotel again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice hotel in Woodburn. Our friends were staying there as well, coincidentally, and they have stayed there multiple times and like it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly nice. Lots of options. Hot items as well as cold. WAFFLES!

This hotel was clean, in progress of a nice update to decor, and the staff was very friendly. It was close to shopping, restaurants and gas. Very easy to find and comfortable to stay at. Just wish it had an indoor pool.

Nice enough hotel. The room I stayed in was not very sound proof, I could hear the snoring in the next room. Who ever it was could snore!! lol. The rooms are clean, the day staff is above average, the night staff lacks training. A bit over priced for the amenities in my opinion. Fridays are busy, a upscale outlet mall is very close. that being said the staff gets their work done. I will likely stay elsewhere next trip.

Traveled to Oregon to have Thanksgiving at Ruth Chris in Portland and then to Woodburn to go to Outlet Stores That evening and Black Friday . The Breakfast was above average , good selection . The room was spacious but a little noisy at times , walls not sound proofed enough. It was a clean property and over all we were happy with our stay .

Glad to see the wonderful upgrade at this Best Western. We liked the Western theme and the color scheme. It's very close to the Woodburn Outlets and also can be used as a base to visit Silverton Falls and the Oregon Garden. They have retained long term employees which made our experience feel like we were returning to a special place with familiar faces. And we have been coming to this Best Western for over 15 years!

This bw needs a major under cover boss situation have stayed at many bw plus in the past I am a rewards holder and very disappointed also the room tax is getting out of control and we know thats not your fault

Traveled to Washington, spur of the moment trip, ALWAYS stay at a Best Western. Always a good stay. Was traveling with another person, they wanted to stay at a La Quinta and was not even close to as nice/comfortable as a Best Western. MY CHOICE -- BEST WESTERN ALWAYS!

Overall our stay at this hotel was very good. The hotel is just located off of I-5 and close to several restaurants including a Denny's right next door. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, a lot of road noise on the freeway side of the hotel, especially when cars run on the rumble strips.

The Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Our room was very quiet, and we slept so well. It was clean, nice size, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a large variety of foods, and the atmosphere was spotless. Coffee unusually good and thats what we needed for our rainy day travel to get home. The location was so good for getting back on the freeway. From check in till check out, everything was perfect. We will definitely return as it is actually pretty reasonable for the high quality of this hotel.

Horrible service beds are uncomfortable and the pool needs to be redone. The breakfast did not have very many options. The rooms need to be updated badly. The service was horrible. We had problems with upstairs guests partying and throwing their luggage down the stairs. When we reported it at 5 in the morning they could only say were sorry.

Checked in a little after 1am. The desk clerk was a very welcoming and a nice young man. This place was great! Newly remodeled and very clean. A quiet place to stay. We're keeping this one on our list for sure!!!

Very clean! Super nice staff! Great soft water with great water pressure! This was a great place to stay! There are some negative reviews but I believe those are before the remodel. The beds were very comfortable and each had four pillows.

This is a nice hotel. Very friendly at check in. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had loud guests above us and I called the front desk and they took care of it within several minutes. We would definately stay here again.

We often Travel I-5 from Canada to Southern California and always stay at Best Western Woodburn. The Property is well run, good value and never disappoints. This stay of 2 nights was superb. Nice room, lovely Staff, Spotless, Good Breakfast in a Room that has a Lady keeping everything replenished and clean, clean!! You will be very satisfied here for sure.

No more to say, no complaints. Enjoy Woodburn outlet shops, best on I 5. These surveys are not my favorite! If we were not satisfied we would not return! Very time consuming! I have no more to say!!!!

We booked this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews, and it was a little below our expectations. On the positive side, staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel and room were clean and had all the expected amenities. Breakfast was so so. The room rate was excellent....Good value. My main issue is with the lack of soundproofing. We could hear our neighbours as if they were in a corner of our room. We heard footsteps, children crying, water flowing, and we could hear every sound in the hallway outside our room. This hotel must have been constructed to a minimum standard.

We have been staying at this hotel whenever we visit Portland, Oregon. The place is quite clean, staff are helpful and friendly. The bonus, it is a step away from Woodburn Factory Outlet. Close to I5 and yet you cannot hardly hear the cars. Many amenities around the area such as restaurants, gas stations, drugstores and walmart. Approximately, 30 to 45 minutes drive to Clackamas Towne Center Mall. Overall all are stay here has been quite good.

The bed was very comfortable. A nice place to stay and good breakfast . We were on our way home from a football game and the location was great. Quiet even though located next to I-5. We hit the Outlet Mall the next morning.

Room was not ready when we checked in they gave us another one but the bed was too small they said it was a queen but it wasn't breakfast was horrible and noisy teenagers next to us so we didn't get much sleep.

We tried to book using rewards points and was told that rewards could not be used at this hotel on that night. We tried to book on line but it would not let us. What good are rewards points if you can't use them. the room charge was about $30.oo more the BW motels we stayed in in the Midwest in early Sept.

A friend and I stayed here one night. The room was very large for a double and very quiet. The bathroom was large with everything functional. The toilet seemed low. The lights by the beds had directional reading lights. The hotel is right off of I5 but was quiet. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. My only negative is that the building felt cold and sterile to me.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, but the best part was the front desk gentleman Levi. I had forgotten my phone charger and could not find one close by to purchase. I asked Levi if there were one in the lost and found but there was not. He asked me which phone I had and said I could borrow his while I was there. Levi saved the day!

The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The breakfast served was good and hot. The pool needs to be heated because it being a outside pool was not enough to warm the pool. Worth the stay because of the closeness of the outlet mall and restaurants are close with a car.

I stay at this location at least twice a year and am never disappointed! Breakfast is always fresh and yummy, very clean rooms, nice staff, and very close to dining and shopping! I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed here for a recent class reunion and was very happy with the accommodations and the staff. Our room was nice and very clean. There were two comfortable, overstuffed chairs, each with an ottoman and the bed was also comfortable. The staff was great. The breakfast was also good as they changed up the menu each morning. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Queen Double room was super nice and super clean. Maintenance guy hanging new pictures on the wall when we arrived. Why give a room key out when someone is working in the room? And, the pictures looked crooked, so at least he hurried to complete it. Our keys NEVER worked, even after three switch outs and 2 desk staff coming to try. They seemed helpful in a way, but not terribly concerned. The pool was unavailable, desk staff with two different reasons. Uncontrollable algae (WTF? YUK) and a chlorine adjustment because the weather was so hot. I think one of the renegade mohawk hairdo boys running up and down the hall pooped in it, but that's just my snarky opinion. The breakfast was okay, the basic waffle maker, some tired looking apples, cold cereal, dry muffins. Not expecting more than that, and the coffee was welcomed. After breakfast hours, only powdered creamer is available, and desk staff wasn't willing to pilfer some of those tiny liquid ones from the breakfast room for us. The Manager himself seemed nice enough once we caught up to him at check out, but during our 2 night stay, staff weren't empowered to do much without him as "The Manager makes those decisions, and he isn't here right now" was a standard reply to most inquiries. The best thing about this hotel was that it really was clean, the beds comfortable and the location was good. The stay was highlighted by Mad Max staying there too. I hope the manager doesn't answer and or reply with one of those standard "Thanks for staying, we always look forward to improving our guest experiences"...blah, blah, blah. Nothing can save an indifferent staff or management.

When we visit Woodburn to shop at the Outlet Mall, we usually stay at this hotel. It's very convenient to the mall and service is good. The breakfast is good so you don't have to go out and the pool and hot tub are good to relax after a long day of shopping. The hotel is close enough to Portland, but without being in a city hotel. From this location, we can easily visit Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Salem, Silver Falls State Park and other attrations. That said, although it is still a good hotel to stay at, it feels like it needs a refresh. Some of the furnishing and rooms are starting to feel dated as things wear out, get a bit dirtier, etc. A good refresh would make this a top hotel again. I would still recommend staying here though as it is a good value and is definitely close to shopping.

The staff was nice, but the room was not great. Had an odor in the room from a leaking toilet and some electrical issues. Expected more from a hotel with with average rating of 4 out of 5 for the nightly price, but maybe I just got a bad room?

I arrived late without a reservation and the staff at the front desk strove to get me the best room they could with the motel about fully booked. Service was great. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely recommend motel to my friends!

You will love this hotel, its new; when you shop at Woodburn Designer's Mall, its close to the mall and its convenient; it's clean, beds are larger in size, lots of pillows available, new clean towels, hairdryer available, chairs and tables, fridge, ironing board available, coffee/tea available every where, hot/breakfast meals available, staff are helpful, and friendly, and next to Denny's Restaurant.

Hotel is a few minutes off i5 with Danny next to it and fast food chain across the street. Front desk is ready to greet as soon as you stepped in. The rooms are spacious that it fits all our luggage and family of four; it was not crowded at all. The room was not noise proof though because we can hear next door kids yelling on the second day. We have kids too so it did not bother us too much, also it is not pass quite time. Shower in the room is a bit weak despite trying to adjust the flow. Beds are clean and tidy and carpet smell fresh as if it is new. There are outdoor pool but we did not try because not everyone changed into swimsuit. Clean washer (no mouldy smell) and dryer in the laundry room. Breakfast is served till 9:30AM. They serve buffet style hot breakfast. I like the wide selection of bread other than the regular white and brown toast. Scramble eggs were a bit dry but the fresh cooked oatmeal was awesome on the second day. Oatmeal was watery on the first day! After all the outlet shopping during the day, 24 hrs Walmart is not too far from the hotel if one is interested in doing some midnight shopping.

We stay here because the location is great, and the employee and the hotel itself are always good. The food is always good, and the hotel clean and quiet. Near the Woodburn outlet mall which is always fun to shop!

Great price for the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, beautiful hotel. The room smelled clean and was larger than I expected. I asked for a play oen and the staff took it up to our room in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again when in Woodburn.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, quiet, great pool and jaquizzi. Dennys with full liquor license lounge right on site. I'm not a shopper but there is an outlets mall right across the freeway. I highly recommend.

First time no pool and a good break on the price. Second time no pool but no break says the management. Bad deal, bad beds, bad attitude! Never again .sorry best western . Only thing going is the Dennys next door.

This particular Best Western has all of the amenities-pool, gym, and breakfast. I was pleased with the breakfast selection. I'm a vegan, and I was able to find plenty of items that I could eat. The location just south of Portland is actually ideal for those who don't want to fight the traffic.

We walked in the door and were treated pleasantly and respectfully. Everything was clean and pleasant and well maintained and the staff were all friendly and helpful (even when I accidentally opened the wrong door and set off an alarm). Breakfast was sufficient and well served. Was a great rest stop for my sons and I.

This Best Western is right off the I-5 Exit for the Woodburn outlet malls. Denny's is right in front of their parking lot, other food and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were my kind of people, friendly and helpful with a quirky local knowledge sass, and that always goes a long way with me. There was a plastic toothpick cover right inside the room, which sent up my red flag that this was a bad choice. The only thing I can think of is this flew in off the housekeeping cart, because the room was clean. We tried to open the window to reduce the cleaning chemical smell, but it wanted to fall out of the frame, we thought a broken window was a bad idea. The TV system sucked, but many of them do, we are accustomed to it. Internet was fast and the room set up for using a computer. The small pool was a little green, we did not try it. The location close to I-5 is a little loud, some people might not care for that. No oversized parking for those towing a trailer or driving an RV. We would stay here again.

Very nice stay, easy to get to off interstate 5 in Woodburn, Or. would stay again if in that area. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and large. Staff was helpful and area was clean and quiet. good parking.

This Best Western is not like any other breakfast qualities are mediocre. Looked like they were doing renovations to upgrade bathrooms and beds. We had to move rooms because our first room had atrociously hard flatbeds the second room the TV remote did not work, the room key needed to be reprogrammed twice and there was no clock.

Hotel is clean, inexpensive and has a good staff. Walls are very thin. Road noise form interstate. When another room took a bath the hot water pipes in the wall squealed and then the draining water was very loud.

Very nice Best Western in Woodburn. If you can't find anything in Salem that suits your needs go a little further and you will find this hotel in Woodburn. Rooms are clean and comfortable and with in a few mins walk across the parking lot to a restaurant. The staff are courteous and friendly and we look forward to staying there again in the near future.

We decided to stop at the Woodburn Outlet mall and ended up overnighting. We have stayed at this BW several times over the years and found it still very pleasant. The front desk receptionist was top notch and helped us secure one of the last rooms for the night. The breakfast room attendant went out of her way to make our granddaughter comfortable. They fruit assortment medley was terrific! Fresh and flavorful. Coffee making area could use a new placement as area is congested and caused frustration to several guests we noticed. Nice stay!

The beds were horrible. Like sleeping on a sheet of plywood! Breakfast was not up Par to other Best Western Hotels we have stayed at. Have stayed here in the past, but after this will be looking for another establishment to stay at.

We decided to stay at this hotel because it was very close to the Woodburn outlets. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I booked a king suite because I was traveling with my mom and daughter. The room was a good size, it had a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was average size with a jetted tub. The hotel offers free breakfast, parking, and WiFi and its dog friendly. I have stayed at several Best Westerns and felt that this one fell short of their usual standard. The following are my reasons; The king suite had a pull out couch which was my daughter's bed. The bed did not have any sheets on it. After driving for hours and arriving tired the last thing I wanted to do was make the bed, but that is what I had to do. Second, the closet door would not close. Thirdly, the fridge was not turned on which I didn't realize until the next day when I took out my ice packets and water. They weren't cold or frozen. A bummer when I had a long drive ahead of me. Fourth, the room only had one t.v., usually suites have a t.v. in the living room and bedroom. Fifth, I requested a room near the elevator because my mom has a hard time walking long distances, ours was far. Sixth, the walls are really thin. We could clearly hear people walking around upstairs. Seventh, the breakfast was only okay. We look forward to the Best Western waffles, especially my daughter. The hotel did have them, but there was only 1 waffler maker. When I have stayed at other Best Westerns that tend to be busy they have 2. We waited nearly 20 mins to make a waffle. A bit ridiculous, but my daughter really wanted one. The bread selection was pretty limited, no bagles. Their hot items did not included scramble eggs, again always a standard at BW. I did enquire about the availability of scrambled eggs, but was told they only serve those on certain days and Saturday was not one of them. Odd considering its a weekend. Apparently the menu changes every day. I had never heard of that before at a BW. and finally when I arrived to check in no one was at the front desk. I had to ring the bell several times before someone finally came out to help me. She gave me my room keys, but not any information such as the Wifi password or breakfast times. Yes the times are written in the elevator, but this information should be shared at check in. All of my reasons are very easy fixes except for maybe the thin walls. Rooms were clean. They were quite spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with sufficient variety. Ample parking space close to the rooms. Very close to Woodburn premium outlets. Great place to stay.

Other than the mix up at check in and no fault of their own the lack of training on the computer at front desk the stay was very satisfactory. Must say BW reorganization has not proven to be a plus. Always try to stay at BW because it used to be pet friendly. Not the case anymore. Didn't need it this occasion but have come across some that are not.

As always, Best Western was wonderful! The people at the front desk were very helpful. My ada room was up to standards, and was easy accessible from car. I would highly recommend this property. It's right across the street from the outlet mall!

It was very nice, comfortable, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great and staff kept it supplied and clean. Front desk was kind, interested in serving you and meeting all your needs. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was great, but the bed was super hard and the room was just okay. The breakfast was not super great either. It would not take much to make this a higher quality hotel. Again the staff was great and very helpful.

We stayed here for a night on our way to Vancouver, BC. I'm impressed at how Martha handled our registration! Efficient and friendly staff makes a huge difference! Our room is clean, tidy, and pillows are soft. Advice: don't take a room close to the elevator! We had room 215 and it's loud and very inconvenient! We didn't have a good sleep because of this. In addition, take a room in the highest floor, 3rd! Movements of people above us also causing noise! If not of these, I'd say our stay would have been perfect!

Excellent breakfast and comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is equally as good. Location is perfect for shopping at the outlet mall. It is also quiet as the freeway is not that close. Restaurant is within a short walk, across the parking lot.

This is a newly remodeled place. Tacky and poor craftsmanship echos throughout. It smelled bad, already had room items sub par and even NOT working or broken . Maybe the being close to a discount mall draws occupancy, but, nearby one can find much better and pleasant places. Breakfast areas often are not much and this one leads the way back out as soon as you enters! It SUCKS!!! Coffee not even worthy of drinking. Designer, Contractors, Owners should be ASHAMED

It was an amazing stay at the hotel. Cleanliness was great and the internet service was superbly fast. Reception staff was quick and very accommodating to all our needs specially with the children's condition after long hours on the road from Ontario California. Breakfast food options were above average normal standards based on our experiences from all previous stay.

This is the best experience we have had in a long term stay. We did not have to move to another hotel because of cleaning or maintenance issues, noise, inattentive staff, overpricing, food quality! This was our home away from home for 12 nights and we did not have any issues period! We will return again. The management should be commended for training and developing their staff to be the best ever. Kudos to the entire team.

I booked here not realizing I had stayed here years ago. Our room was quiet, but that was about it. We found the room dirty and the beds were not too comfortable. The mattresses were way too firm. We had problems with the TV and the front desk guy try helping me fix the problem over the phone. I had already tried everything he was telling me and he finally came up to the room after the 2nd call. Then he got upset with me because he said the maintenance guy didn't connect the right cords to the TV (still trying to figure out how that's my fault). I stayed here in 2014 and as soon as I got into the lobby on this trip I remembered what a horrible experience I had in 2014 (for which I didn't leave a review because BW made the situation "right"). It was too late to cancel this reservation. Needless to say, i won't be staying here again. As a Diamond Member, I might have higher expectations as a member. Not once was I even recognized as a Diamond Member. And, I would skip breakfast. Denny's will cost you some money, but it's better than the free breakfast here.

Stayed at the Best Western Woodburn for a business trip. It covered all of the basics of a business hotel. Decent free breakfast in the morning. Clean and quiet rooms in an accessible part of town. We chose for the area and a reasonable price.

We did not have reservations but it was not a problem. There is an elevator to get to the upper floors. Our room was spacious and I loved the little nook for the coffee maker in the room. [Just hate the ones located in the bathroom.] Breakfast was great with a large variety of items ranging from cream of wheat to waffles and side items to go with them. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast room kept it spotless and well supplied. The laundry room contained enough machines to do all my laundry at once - Hurray! There is some renovations going on but we were not disturbed at all. Eating establishments are within walking distance ranging from a Denny's that adjoins the motel to fast food places. The desk staff gave excellent information on where else to find a restaurant and the post office. In short, we had a restful two nights there and recharged before heading on into Portland.

Location of this hotel is directly across the freeway from Woodburn Premium Outlet Stores and next door to Dennie's. The hotel is older but has recent upgrades. Staff was nice, rooms were clean and the breakfast was average for hotel breakfast. Dennie's would be better but the hotels is free. The only real problem was we had a room on the freeway side of the hotel and the traffic noise was bad all night. So be sure and request a room on the back side if available. There are other restaurants across the freeway by the shopping area. If you are going to Woodburn to shop this hotel has the best location.

This Best Western was in very nice condition. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good - not as good of selection of items as other Best Westerns, but the quality of items was good. WiFi worked well, but no outlets by beds. Price of room was higher than I would have expected for the area.

Service, quality, lean, felt safe, will be back....I will use this location for half way point when traveling from California to Washington. Pet friendly, convenience of Deinnys and the parking with key access to inside hallways into rooms. All this is a plus.

I stayed here for its proximity to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival and was happy to see it is also across the road from the Woodburn Outlet mall. Its a clean, comfortable and quiet property that I'll stay in again I'm sure.

This hotel was close to where we wanted to do photography. We were able to go out early and still be able to be back in time for breakfast. It met ou needs well. We would stay there again. Nice friendly staff.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and departure. Room was comfortable, well appointed, clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. We would stay here again without hesitation. Easy access to highway, shopping, restaurants.

Had some issues with lights and tv not working, in process of painting all rooms, assume crew doing the painting did not check to make sure lights and tv were in working order after disconnection during painting process.

Shopping for international trip and wanted to be close to several shopping areas. This hotel is in very close to outlet shopping mall and also within a 25 mile radius there are three major areas to browse...Bridgeport, Washington Square, and an area right off freeway at Tualtin. Add an extra 15 miles and you are add Clackamas Town Center. I think I was within 25 minutes of the downtown Portland shopping area also. I don't mind driving and the cost savings in a hotel room vs downtown Portland allows me to spend on other wanted items.

The whole room smelled like a dog! When we pulled the sheets back the bed smelled like dog. When my son came out of the shower he said his towel smelled like a dog. Both of the mattresses were extremely hard! Pool was dirty with leaves and sticks

This Best Western was convenient off I-5, was attractive and clean. The rooms have inadequate lighting if you want to read, knit, or anything else that needs good light. The room was quiet and comfortable with stiff mattresses. The breakfast was okay except for poor coffee and so-so eggs - you could have yogurt, sweet rolls, freshly made waffles, and make-your-own add-ins to dry cereals.

Whenever we travel up and down I-5 to and from Canada we overnight here. Nice Staff, very clean, nice Breakfast and a very good Denny's next door. You will not be disappointed. Outlet Mall across the Highway as well for a Bonus

This is where I stop overnight when I'm heading south on I-5 and I want to avoid the morning traffic of Portland. If you like shopping you or your passenger might be happy to know that outlet shops are located conveniently across the freeway from you here. We have never stayed late enough for those to open but you might enjoy that. This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, the breakfast they offer is better than the one we get at BW Premier properties oftentimes.

The staff are very helpful at this Best Western. The free breakfast is good with bacon and boiled eggs etc. The rooms are always nice and clean. We had the 3 queen room and it's a very good value. The outdoor pool was not heated so not usable in November ;) very close to the outlet stores.

Excellent maid service all week which is one of the most important features! I don't like the outdoor Jacuzzi and pool because it was raining most of the time during my stay. Jacuzzi air injector didn't function anyway!! I needed Jacuzzi after 10 hours a day at work!

Excellent hotel, convenient, close to the designer shopping mall, breakfast included, clean, in the summer time excellent place with the swimming pool outside the building, staff helpful, practical use of amenities, tv shows wonderful choices, wifi available, what else can you ask for; quite, you can sleep well, bed is solid, lots of pillows available, clean towels and lots of them, ironing board present, etc.

I stayed at the Woodburn Best Western with my brother in order to attend a family funeral. We were able to check in early, which was very convenient, as we wanted to see family members right away. This hotel is not fancy, but it met all our needs. We were happy to stay there.

Planned on spending a evening at the Woodburn Premium Outlets and the closest hotel, Best Western, is directly across the freeway. The check in went very fast and the lady working the check in desk (Teniele) was so friendly. My wife liked the layout of the room. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and pillows. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. Room was clean. We did notice some noise from the freeway and we were on the back side of the hotel away from the highway. Denny's restaurant is next door which was convent. Less than 10 minutes to the outlets. Great location for shopping and the price was in line.

Check in was very easy and efficient. Had booked with expedia and used some points to get a good deal. Sorry that I wasted my points on this hotel. I expect a little more from Best Western having recently stayed at a very nice one in another Oregon location. It was a typical "right off the freeway" hotel. Noisy and not that great of a room. Great location, clean and comfortable. If you can't handle firm beds, ask first if they have any pillow top beds or foam toppers for firm beds. This hotel is right across the highway from the Outlet Shopping Centre. Its easy to find and there was lots of parking spots.

Good location, great staff, very clean. Everything when well, food, internet. Its hard to describe in so many words, short would be better. You then are compeled to make up things. Still not enough words.

Paper-thin walls. The noise was over the top. Repairs in the room/restroom were laughable. Beds were awful & not stable. Horrible water pressure. The hotel staff was fantastic! The facility itself was not well cared for. Our next stay will be across the freeway, even it is more expensive.

We came in late Friday evening and checked right in. Room was very comfortable. Bfast was good, and stay was great. Check out was quick and easy. Easy access to freeway as well so wasn't hard to find. Outlet Mall right across the freeway so made shopping convenient. We will consider staying here again when we come to the area.

The hotel is very close to the outlet stores and is very clean, the staff are very courteous.. Tabitha was there all the time it seemed, She was very helpful. The breakfast was not as great as some of the others I have seen. I still recommend the hotel for a stay if wanting to shop at the outlet stores. The pool and hot tub are both good and the exercise room is nice.

Stayed at this Best Western location on our way to Cannon Beach in order to break up the 5 hour drive. The hotel's location is close to shopping, dining, and off the main highway. The staff were helpful and friendly and our room and the hotel itself were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

In April I stayed at this hotel and it was an excellent stay so when I brought my family for the Oregon State Fair in August I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. I was disappointed in the pool. The water was green in the pool was green but the water in the hot tub was clear so I was afraid that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable so that is a plus. The next morning when I took my 2 year old grandson to breakfast it was a mess. The area was crowed in a tight space and at first I thought that they were only offering scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham. some kind of smooshie potatoes, toast and muffins. I offered my grandson the eggs but he wouldn't eat them. That's when I noticed that there was more inside the dinning area along the wall. But with so many people it was hard to get anything for breakfast. We ended up leaving and I took somewhere else for breakfast.

We have stayed here several times as it is convenient for us, the rates are good and the rooms are clean. They definitely need to improve the layout of the breakfast area , it is too congested and feels like an ant farm th way people have to crawl over one another. And the tv channels are the craziest set up, makes no sense.

Terrible!!! They would not let us use our BW gift card because it was not printed on a piece of paper even though we had the number! Housekeeping (friends and family) came and took over the pool ruining it for the guests with their loud screaming, profanity and rough housing!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Facility was very well maintained and centrally located, easy access to Interstate 5. Staff was professional and very helpful. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend this hotel.

We like to go to Woodburn for the annual ford day event. In the past we have stayed at a different motel. After staying at a Best Western in California we decided to try to always stay with them. Staff is always friendly, rooms are large and very clean and quiet. The breakfast is a wonderful array of food.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk Ericka championed through the challenges of no TV or internet tonight due to an outage on the block. May be difficult for light sleepers due to proximity to I5 and traffic noise.

Excellent place to have a rest after a tiring day roaming and shopping in Oregon. I will, definitely, stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend it to my friends travelling up South. Great and excellent location if you want to shop until you drop at the Woodburn Premium outlet.

We has a king suite on the first floor. Non-smoking...good room size. Tiny bathroom, and a bit of a straddle to get in the jacuzzi tub to be able to take a shower. Water pressure good. Sofa, King bed, side chair were all harder than boards and likely the most uncomfortable furniture I have encountered in over 50 years of world wide travel, including some third world locations that were pretty primitive. The breakfast was what it generally is in this level. I am sure some found it adequate. The place was clean, no criticism there.

Hotel was ok but not worth the price. Breakfast was bland. Water pressure not so good. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel was clean. Close to the freeway without the noise and not far from the huge outlet mall.

I have been here for 5 days. The staff has answered every request with a smile on their face. The hot/cold breakfast has something for everyone. There is a outdoor pool and hot tub. And onSite laundry machines. The rooms a spacious and very clean.

This is a nice I-5 stop. Nice exercise room. Fridge and Microwave in room, nice free basic breakfast bar with hotel eggs and bacon. Quiet Clean and Safe. Doors open into interior. Hotel staff are friendly.

This Best Western is one of the better ones we have stayed at. They gave us a room with 3 queens, the breakfast selection had more variety than expected, and it was convenient and affordable. It was probably the best night's sleep for our family on our vacation.

The hotels location is great and it looks nice from the outside. Some of the staff were pleasant and some were not. My main complaint is the pool! When I first saw the pool I thought for sure it was closed because the color was green and the water was foggy! But sure enough it was open. My husband has a pool and spa certification and said that the pool should not be open to the public and that it is a health hazard! There is obviously nobody maintaining the pool has that water was extremely unsafe and full of bacteria yet I saw countless children swimming in it. Maintenance your pool or don't have one! It's the middle of the summer for goodness sakes! The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 10 minutes and we were told by the front desk that it was a fire sprinkler water pressure alarm. Not once did we receive any apology from any of the staff for waking up an entire hotel on a full vacancy night! Not cool in my book....if those were my customers I would have given them at least an apology if not a 10 to 20% discount on that nights stay. I myself couldn't fall back asleep until about 4 a.m. The breakfast was nothing special. Seems like they try to get away with the cheapest stuff for there breakfast. I've seen much better but not much worse. I probably would not stay here again unless it was under different management.

Wonderful hotel. Outstanding value. It made our family reunion a comfortable event. When it is not possible to have everyone in the family that is from out of town sleep under one roof, a good hotel that is close by saves the day.

I stay at best western most of the time. The best western in Woodbury Oregon would be at the bottom of my stay list. Had a king suite and not very impressed. Bed wasn't the best and the tv was as little as I've seen. The first word that came to mind to dis robe it was, postage stamp..... It is and older hotel that wasn't taken care of very well and is just a plane Jane stay

Pros: Big room Large and comfortable bed Good wifi performance Cons: In the morning, the noise from outside in the parking was very annoying and you could hear it clearly, disturbing sleep. The breakfast was poor. The omelet was awful and the bread was not fresh, also the coffee was not good. Overall I'd expect more from a best Western.

Came in July 4th. Greeted by a very nice and friendly young man. Since we were diamond members we were upgraded to a much larger room. We stay at a lot of BW's across the US - and some are very bad (motel status) This BW is why I keep going to BW's - Exceptional service, clean rooms, everything works, it has refer and microwave. This property restores my faith in BW. We'll stay here again.

great pool area, except loud from freeway....comfortable beds and clean.....breakfast room very stuffy and war...should have had air conditioning on..so many people..uncomfortable to sit and eat in a warm room so early in the day......food was okay

We have been using this hotel in Oregon and found that this is a great central location for checking out the gardens around the area. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The exercise room is adequate and the pool is enjoyed by all who use it.

The hotel is in a great location, across the freeway from a large discount mall, and the service was excellent. When we left the hotel, I left my glasses in the room. When I called the next day, the manager had them on hand and quickly mailed them to me. I really appreciate their attention to detail and help for their customers.

overall it was a great place,,,good breakfast, clean rooms and polite staff. Have to make sure if you have pets to call the specific hotel to make sure they have rooms for you. Reservations or other services just assume all rooms are ok for pets but that is not the case.

I have stayed at a few best Western Hotels & I must say the breakfast employee who worked at this hotel was on her job making sure things were refilled & made sure everyone was ok. She kept everything clean & neat.

We stayed on the second floor and were inundated with noise from the floor above. People walking around sounded very loud, and the floor squeaked loudly. Also, every time someone down the hall on our own floor closed a door, the walls in our room would literally(!) shake. Could hear toilets flushing and showers running, much more than most places we've stayed. It just seemed very poorly constructed, and this is not exactly a cheap hotel. Cheesy furniture in the room, and the chairs were uncomfortable. On the other hand, it was clean and roomy enough, and the breakfast was quite good. I don't think we'll stay there again.

We booked a 2 night stay in a King Suite but on arrival were told that the tub jets were broken. The clerk offered us a 15% price reduction and the chance to change rooms the 2nd night, which was nice, so we decided to stay. Unfortunately, the room we were given was tired; the carpet was filthy, the minuscule sink would not drain, the windows were bolted shut and the ambiance in general was that of a transient hostel. We opted out of the 2nd night.

This place is a little more expensive than we're in the habit of paying, but our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and just what we needed during a weekend that was somewhat stressful due to a death in the family. The free breakfast was not what you'd get in a restaurant, but certainly more than a continental breakfast, and was kept fresh and hot. There were plenty of choices, and the dining room was busy, so it seems that we weren't the only satisfied customers.

My family loves best western hotels.. I'm not saying this hotel is bad.. But compared to the other best westerns we have been to, this is last on the list if ever there was one. Breakfast spread is not so compete and always there are food items that's not replenished, the staff just says it's gone. For me, the hotel should not run out of this... Cleanliness is good...

Average accommodations and some furnishings needed repairs. The hotel made all the requested repairs. Jacuzzi was not hot but after I mentioned that to front desk it was corrected. Very clean rooms and breakfast area. Only compliant would be signs stating breakfast items must be consumed in this room. It would be nice to have the freedom to take a plate to the room.

I've stayed here three different years while visiting the tulips and always negative either. Have never been around to eat the breakfast so cannot speak to that. Rooms are as would be expected for something in this price point and was pretty quiet.

Our car got broken into on their property, they did NOT do anything about it. When asked to speak to the manager, they said that he was still training and didn't know what to do. They did not provide any tools to help us repair the car for the 7 hour journey back to Canada. There were NO cameras in the parking lot to help with security. They did not do anything to compensate for our loss on THEIR property. We all stayed only 1 night and they didn't even waive it to at least compensate for the vandalism. All they offered was a free night stay on the SAME NIGHT, this was on a Sunday. Kids have school, and parents have work, and that was all they could offer. Unbelievable service, and we always chose Best Western wherever we stayed. Now I think it's better to stay at Sandman.

Everything but the beds were a 10. I have to sleep but these beds were like sleeping on box springs. When we first saw the room, I thought that the beds were going to be comfortable. Everything looked so nice, and the beds were made so nicely but awful they felt. I would rather have a bed that was comfortable because most people are traveling and need to rest up.

The place is tidy and includes breakfast. Staff is friendly. It is across I5 from the enormous Woodburn Outlet Mall. A solid A for staff and accomodations. I recommend and would stay here again. They have a pool that they don't really advertise. Bring a bathing suit;)

The hotel seemed clean and nice, but the best part was the front desk person (teniele?). Who took care of the small issues I had. It's close to the outlet malls which it great, but not as close to Salem as I thought but that's my fault for not checking google maps.

We checked in on a Friday and stayed through Sunday. In addition to us, we had family members that stayed in other rooms too. All the rooms were clean & great. My mom had a little issue that the staff IMMEDIATELY resolved. The breakfast was great...only complaint would be that waffles were quite popular and they probably need a second waffle maker. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and happy to help us!

The staff at this hotel was very courteous and nice to me when I checked in at and extremely late time, since I arrived late from a flight. The room was very nice and clean and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling.

I was here for a job interview and found my bed very comfortable, though the hotel is situated adjacent to highway so the noise increased the amount of time it took me to fall asleep. I'm writing this review because I'm really impressed with the customer service provided by Erica. I could not find an iron in my room, so I went down to the desk and though Erica was not able to locate one from the storage, she was able to procure one from an empty room. In addition I called a few days later for a missing item and she took the trouble to search the old room for me. Breakfast at the hotel was free and nice. Not just toast and bagels, but the had sausages, eggs, and yogurt as well.

The hotel is in a great location, it was easy to get to and from, close to shopping, not to mention it was close and easy to get to my meeting. I will be staying there again when I have another reason to be in the area.

The staff made our stay the best. The staff were very prefessional and the place was very clean. A good stay when we needed it most. People with dogs had to keep them on a leash and were given rooms away from those that dont travel with pets. Thanks BW. We have had good stays at BW and we will continue to use them.

great value..staff is first class...breakfast is satisfactory...need to upgrade tv selection to include "the Golf Channel"...location is great as long as you don't mind a little freeway noise...rooms are kept very clean...did i mention that the staff is first class

The room was very clean and we were comfortable here. The mattress was a little bouncy but we're used to memory foam. Back parking lot was convenient to the side entry close to where our room was located. Wanted to try the breakfast but it was very crowded down there so we opted to go to Elmer's and charged the car while we ate breakfast.

The hotel was clean and well kept. No place to comfortably sit inside the rooms. The staff was nice. The bed was very hard. Housekeeping did a great job. It was the best hotel in Woodburn. Conveniently located and rooms were quiet from excessive road noise. You could hear the kid next door crying. All in all, nice hotel for the price.

Our group of 12 ladies stayed here while attending a retreat in the area. They not only gave us a very good rate, they put all of us in a group of rooms close together. The rooms were clean and comfortable with both a refrigerator and a microwave. There was also free wi-fi. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. The staff member who was serving was friendly and helpful. Artie, the afternoon and evening receptionist was excellent. He was efficient and accommodating. He even provided an extra blanket for our bed.

Very typical Best Western that I can always depend on. My only complaint is the breakfast started at 6:30 and most BW start at 6:00. Not a fan of their signs indicating that breakfast cannot be taken outside the Dining area. My wife has me bring breakfast to the room since I'm the early riser. This is an inconvenience but nothing that would keep me from staying here again, just disappointment.

We only stayed for one short night and we were surprised to see that the price we paid got a king suite!! It was a great room, clean despite the fact that you could tell they were still remodeling in a few places. we wish we could have stayed longer!

We were in town for the tulip festival and loved that this hotel was relatively close. Check in was easy and quick, we booked online earlier in the week. The room was pretty clean, did find some stuff under furniture. The road noise was a little loud but we were still able to sleep well. The pool is outdoors so we weren't able to use it. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt and more. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and really liked the hotel.

Between the noise through the walls from other guests and staff, worst B/W I have ever seen. We should have driven to next city. The beds are hard as rock. Breakfast staff were on vacation elsewhere. Where is management.

we stayed with three small girls while travelling . comfortable room , average breakfast it did the job . outdoor pool sucked when weather was cool .overall the service was good and the room was fine .this was our second visit to this hotel

travelling with three small girls we needed sleeping for five ,the room provided was very large and did an excellent job . only drawback to our stay was paying 30.00 for a mediocre pizza from round table down the road

I love this hotel. It was very clean. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was an outside pool. It was kind of cold so kids couldn't enjoy it. They were disappointed. But This was one of the best hotels from our vacation. My kids loved it. I Will be staying there again.

I travel the I5 corridor 2-3 times a year and now always make this Best Western a stay during my trip. It is new, well-maintained. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rate is considerably cheaper than a Best Western just a few miles down the road and it is much nicer. The icing on the cake is their extremely reasonable pet room rate!

This is the Best Western that's close and works for my visiting family. The area is clean and safe. Whenever we can, we schedule for the room or rooms for our visitors. Dennys is really close by and our families love the units.

Problem free - even with a pet. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out as well as kitchen service. We have stayed here several times and would stay again when opportunity presents itself. It is an easy off/on to the I-5 Highway going south or north - with a great mall on the west side of highway. Two minute walk to Denny's - just across the parking lot.

We received an excellent service, breakfast was very good, clean rooms, I would add an extra machine in the gym, but overall a very good hotel, the people in the hotel was very nice and always open to help.

This Best Western is conveniently located just off the I-5. The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. For those sensitive to noise...some highway noise could be heard through the closed window. This was not bothersome to us but may be to others. The complimentary breakfast provided was very nice and completely adequate. The hotel is closely located to the Woodburn Outlet mall and made for an easy visit.

Typical of Best Western hotels, unimpressive. My Garmin GPS map did not have the roads to this hotel and instead guided me onto I5 and wanted me to go off I5 straight to the ditch to get to the hotel. I thought that the hotel might be very new then. But when I got inside the hotel and into my room, everything in this hotel appeared dated. The room was of a good size and quite clean. The room was utility-grade furnished and felt cheap. It had a small fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee maker. The king bed was comfortable with lots of small pillows which I did not like. The washroom was clean but the vanity counter was small. The fan of the heater was noisy. The window let in loud traffic noise from the I5 highway constantly. The view was the I5, an ugly parking lot and a storage yard. There was just a tiny cloth rack with a few hangers. The free breakfast was quite complete with coffee, cereal, waffle, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash brown, pastry, oranges and apples. Eat in only. Take out not allowed. Overall, this is a motel-quality hotel good for a one-night stay and not any longer.

This hotel is very conviently located right off I-5. We were checked in quickly, and had a large two bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable. There was good wifi, and the hotel is very accomodating for dogs. Our one complaint is that the breakfast was really less than basic. There was not much to choose from, and what there was had no taste and was not well prepared. We probably would have done better to hit up the local Starbucks.

Front desk was nice person, and the room was reasonable. Nice decor, but having a refrig & microwave in the corner of the room by the window was awkward. They could of move it across the vanity mirror, but I did notice no plug-in outlet. The bathroom had a huge mirror the length of the wall, that was pretty cool! Continental breakfast was okay. Separate waffle station to cook you own "4" mini waffles. The only hot order was sausage, eggs, and cubed potatoes, and oatmeal. It does have muffins, bread, bagels, and fruit (to-go) cups. I did not see yogurt. Anyway, for $99 for a family of 4 is a nice stay for 1 night

Somewhat difficult to find. The sign seemed to be aimed to the south. We arrived from the north and used our gps to located the place. Even then the sign was only visible when we were in the front of the motel. The motel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed 8 days......no problems encountered and the staff went out of their way to see to our comfort. The breakfast menu was very good with excellent quality and presentation. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

The cleanest and most updated hotel I have stayed in. Decor was nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to freeway. Great continental breakfast, nice variety of food. Omelettes, sausage links, potatoes and oatmeal with all the trimmings, plus much more.

our only issue was at check in the check girl needs to have some training in customer service other than that it was everything that we would expect for a Best Western we always stay in Best Westerns and find them friendly and accommodating and would stay in this one if ever in the area again

This was my second stay at this facility and it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast has variety and the beds are comfortable. It is conveniently located off of the I-5 corridor, is about 15 miles north of Salem, OR. The purpose of my visit was to visit family in the area. It was easy to get to and access to dining options are very good.

Visiting family and friends and was very road tired. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very helpful. Rewards program is very hard to understand and I haven't received a thing. I think it should be automatic if you really have it.

We stay here often and really enjoy it. It is clean, comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating! There are a lot of fast food places, restaurants and a market near by. Nice place!

Basically clean and comfortable, easy access to Interstate and local outlet stores. Down side, property was having the exterior painted and windows were covered with plastic, so there was no outside view. Facility somewhat worn and about ready for refurbishment. Breakfast bar not too bad, but could have been a little better.

We were on the way from CA to WA and needed a nice, clean, quiet, inexpensive hotel with easy freeway access. This was it! Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was your usual continental breakfast. We all had different taste and were able to find something we'd like.

We needed a last minute place to stay in Salem and unfortunately, almost everything was booked due to a soccer tournament. So, we searched in Woodbury and found this Best Western for half the price and seemingly twice the value! This motel had a lovely spacious room, well-appointed, and breakfast was included, eggs, sausage, selection of breads, pastries and cereal, make-your-own waffles, good coffee. This motel has pools, a fitness center and is located near the outlet mall, close to I-5.

A good place to stay while shopping in Oregon. A few minutes to Portland, Clackamas Mall, Vancouver Mall and of course the factory outlet! Staff are friendly and courteous especially the lady in the dining room. Clean room and nice firm bed but the pillows are to soft for me. Guess I'm just use to my personal pillow at home which is a lot firmer than theirs. WiFi is quite good and the best part, no password needed anymore. The only complain that we have is the shower. The pressure is too low that it takes for ever to washed up the shampoo and soap. Otherwise, overall our stay at this Best Western location was quite good.

We enjoyed our stay there. Very good value. While I was shopping hubby and the kids had a great time there, the bedroom being quite spacious. The breakfast was fine, very busy but we managed to find a place. Only negative point is that Woodburn does not rally have any chain restaurant. it would have been useful.

Very clean, super friendly front desk staff. Would stay there again and again when we are there for the races. The staff took very good care of us and all our needs. When I asked about the coffee in the lobby at 10 at night, they thought it may be a bit old and jumped right on brewing up some fresh without me even asking... Just awesome.

Stayed at this hotel for a racing trip. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast decent. Unfortunately their cleaning staff had sticky fingers. I mistakenly forgot my billfold hidden under the mattress one morning and housekeeping helped themselves to $150 cash.

We stayed at the Best Western, Woodburn in September of 2015. It was my wife and I and our dog, so we had a dog friendly room. The room was listed as non-smoking. but the room had a very musty smokey smell to it. We were in room 128 on the first floor. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The wireless internet was nice and fast. The hotel is located with nice access to all the big highways and right across the freeway from the Outlet mall. Overall a decent stay, but nothing incredible. Our keycards had to be re-keyed twice in the 2 days we stayed there, both my wife and mine, and neither of us kept them near our phones, so I don't know what the cause was, I don't blame that on the hotel.

We arrived on a hot day in August and were relieved to find a clean, comfortable, air conditioned room. We were just across the freeway from an outlet mall and also from a Panera Bread--one of our favorites! One drawback to this proximity to the freeway is the noise of traffic. The air conditioner was a little noisy, so we tried opening a window in the night instead, but traffic noise was a problem. I might suggest getting a room on the front of the hotel instead of the back to escape traffic noise. An area for improvement at this hotel is the breakfast. We arrived 1/2 hour before breakfast was to be ended, but the food was pretty much all gone, and there was no activity observable to replenish it. So...we left. Otherwise, as always we appreciate the dependability of Best Westerns and will definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel at least twice a year for business. Last Saturday I stayed for a car show. I got checked in and on my way in less than one minute. It was by fas the fastest check in to a hotel ever. Their free breakfasts are always pretty decent and all the amenities they offer are amazing. Free WiFi, hot tub, pool, exercise room and more. There is no other hotel in the area I would stay at and I hope you consider this hotel for your next business or personal stay.
