The place is nice, swimming pool is clean, rooms are standard with good beds. Staff is very friendly and smiling. Cooker is great, I enjoyed the breakfast. Easy to park. We spent 2 nights with family and friends and enjoyed the stay.

Pleasant and courtesy staffs. Services are good. Hotel is clean. Plenty of food and drinks for breakfast. Location is nearby shops and highway. We had a good time staying there to celebrate Tết new year.

I booked a room as a surprise date night with my boyfriend of 6 years. I had never done this before nor had I been to Best Western. Our room was absolutely perfect. The price was affordable, and the atmosphere was dreamy. Loved it! And so did he.

If you are looking for a place to stay, you should pick this place . A room was nice and clean . Staffs was friendly and nice. Everything is in the room are good and I would love to come back if I have a chance.

The staff- Dolly was helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and opened up to the pool which was nice and convenient if i used the pool. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean but the shower curtain had previous users bodily hair which was gross and the drain clogged. The stay and area was clean and quiet and felt safe. The breakfast was horrible , tasted like elementary school breakfast eggs and something that looked like a sausage patty but did not taste anything like it, it was rubbery and no taste. the only edible items were the apples and oranges and coffee was alright. The breakfast started at 7am which was not convenient if your going to disneyland you want to be at the park by 7 and so breakfast should be served sooner to accommodate this . I normally stay at the best western pavillions near the park and they give you Denny's breakfast vouchers but this one was a bit cheaper- you get what you pay for i guess.

We had a nice 2 night stay. The room was quiet and clean. Kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sink was very useful. I would like to give a big thank you to Monica at the front desk for being so kind, patient, and helpful. She helped me to find my car keys and I am so very grateful. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Monica!

Good location. Near downtown Long Beach. An older model hotel, but clean and roomy. The windows open, so I had a nice cross breeze. OK breakfast with the usual - eggs waffles, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. Front staff was courteous and efficient. Had free, limited parking, a decent sized outdoor pool. Reasonably priced for area.

not too many rooms which makes the property nice and quiet. the patio was a very cute setting. hot tub was awesome! the green grass and tress nice back ground for selfies. it was different considering the building was an older model.

Staff was amazing. We used our reward points for a free room and the lady at check in gave us a free upgrade to a suite. It really made our stay special. I would definitely recommend staying staying with Best Western.

The place is very affordable and easy to find. It is just 20 minutes away from Disneyland. Recommended if you don't want to pay expensive hotels around the park. About 3 km and you will reach the freeway. Staffs are nice and accomodating.

Hotel situated in a quiet residential area. We had previously stayed at this hotel in 2018 do knew what to expect. We had a suite on the first floor. Bed had memory foam topper and very comfortable. Only downside is there is a kitchenette area with hotplates and microwave, however no cooking utensils, crockery or utensils. Asked if there were any available at reception but told there weren't. Maybe look at providing these on request for a returnable deposit. Pool and hot tub clean. Hotel is near the 405 however entrance/exit literally 1/2 mile from hotel is currently closed for roadworks. About 20-25 minute drive from Disney and Knotts Berry. Even though hotel in residential area, turn left and go over the 405 and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. I like the location. I love having the patio on the bottom floor. I liked the upgrade of the flooring from carpet to wood. Although it makes it difficult when it rains, which it did for 2 days during my stay (tracked water everywhere and had to use shower towels to wipe up the floor). The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. I was disappointed that the pool was only open from 10am to 8pm. Doesn't work well if you are up early and want to soak in the hot tub or want to soak after a long day out an about adventuring. Also the bubbles and heat weren't working for 2 of of the days. They did work diligently to get it repaired. Since we stayed for more than a night they don't do cleaning service daily, which is fine. They ask you to choose a day and I did. We made plans to be gone all day. When we arrived back the room hadn't been cleaned. I spoke to the front desk and they didn't show that I had selected a day for cleaning (which is incorrect because I circled the day when I checked in). They did give me a discount for that day due to the mistake and put down to have it cleaned the next day. Which wasn't good for us because we had decided to stay in that day. We ended up sitting in our car for the 30 minutes to clean the room.

Room was clean. Towels were fresh. Room had a nice sized refrigerator and a microwave. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking, never had an issue finding a spot. I didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but I did see other guest enjoying them. Very reasonably priced vending machines. Laundry amenities available (coin operated- one washer and one dryer) Quiet location, felt safe walking around premises. Late night Taco shop down the street, Subway, donut shop, and gas station. I love Best Westerns. Will definitely stay again.

This was a last minute trip booked for Disneyland. This hotel was about 20 - 25 minutes away depending on traffic, but way more reasonable than the property closer. The hotel was quiet at night. But traffic did increase morning noise so take ear plugs. There were a few areas not as tidy in the room such as under the bed and a stray hair tie, but the friendliness of the front desk staff was above and beyond. They made this stay pleasant. They were able and willing to accommodate any request I made in a timely manner and we stayed 4 nights at this resort.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was so welcoming and the rooms and breakfast was Perfect! Will definitely be back! I will recommend everyone to come to this place! I love their pool and jacuzzi as well!

I was amazed with the hospitality of the staff, they saw me with the kid and proactively offered crib. I got a room with one king and private patio, it happened to rain during my stay and the experience of just sitting their and enjoying my coffee was just so out of the world.

The rooms are always very clean, the air conditioner works well, the front desk staff are always polite, the breakfast and coffee are quite good. The television has many channels to choose from. The rooms are very quiet.

The shower loses hot water randomly and suddenly when another source also uses hot water (e.g., a person in a nearby room), making for a very unpleasant shower. The mini-fridge in the kitchen was rattling all night. The door would not unlock unless you very forcefully pulled on it after closing it -- you can hear the latch engage after closing it, but you need to tug on it hard after that point if you want the key card to successfully unlock it later when you return. Overall, a hotel that is in need of a lot of work. The breakfast was very mediocre -- but it's free, so I really can't count that in my review. If you want anything remotely wholesome though, you'll need to go elsewhere. It was basically dirt-cheap cereal, microwaveable Eggo-style waffles, and small plastic utensils.

Stayed here for 1 night. Room could have been cleaner found hair throughout the room, didn't feel fully cleaned. Parking is tight and limited. Lots of construction in the area so noisy during the morning. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Customer service was great and helped the experience.

This is an old motel that is showing its years. We stayed here only because it was near a friend with whom we normally stay, but who was recovering from an illness. If you have a reasonable alternative, I recommend you take it.

The room was nice and clean and despite the location near a usually busy road, it was very quiet. The employees were very friendly. I could not say anything bad about this hotel besides the fact that the hot tub was not heated. Instead I took a hot shower, which was very relaxing.

Great experience a 2nd time around. Our daughter was married on Saturday. This was the perfect place to stay as the wedding was up the street. Great staff, food, amenities, housecleaning and overall service.

The receiving desk people were always helpful and did it with a smile! Their hot breakfast included eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles and were always hot and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable. And the price made us come back repeatedly the past year..

The first room smelled like a water leak. The shower of the room I stayed in wasn't clean. Breakfast was terrible. The staff was very friendly andprofessional. This hotel is a one star motel. Never go back again.

Stayed for 10 days with the whole family (2 adults and 2 young children), staff is very helpful and will try to do their best to accommodate any requests. Wi-Fi is excellent, entertainment is good, they have a Hot Tub, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table and even a small area where you can practice your putts in a mini-golf green which will make the delight of the little ones. My only issue, or I must say surprise, is that there is no daily housekeeping available for longer stays, they do clean the rooms thoroughly as I have seen the ladies cleaning the bedrooms after a check-out, but if you stay more than a night and request housekeeping, they will inform you that they do not provide housekeeping. You have the ability to request fresh linen and fresh towels, and they will come and collect the dirty ones, but you will need to make your own beds unfortunately and swipe your own floor if you want to keep your room tidy (especially in a long stay, 10 days in our case)

In town for the Grand Prix of Long Beach and for that purpose, this hotel has a stellar location. It's a straight 15 minute shot on city streets right to downtown Long Beach (where the race is). No freeways, no hassle, and no obscene traffic any of the days getting there. Plus, along the way there are a ton of places to eat or get groceries including Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. Go the other way on Westminster and there's Albertsons or Aldi plus a ton of fast food -- and yes, an In-And-Out Burger. As for the facility itself, it's a basic stay hotel with a few amenities. Room is clean (hardwood floors) and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean too. For those interested, the pool looked well maintained. Breakfast was a nice mix of cereal, fruit, juices, and scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating -- even though I had to check in at 1AM after a late arrival into LAX. No worries parking -- they have enough spaces. In my room the fridge didn't work (there is a light switch to turn on the electricity to the fridge, but it never got cold after turning it on). Also, some noise from the neighbors next door -- nothing bad, but could hear them. Not a big deal, but if silence is your thing, chances are you'll hear your neighbors a bit and that might bother you. Road noise...not an issue for me since I had a room towards the back of the property. It's exactly what I thought it would be when I booked -- not fancy, but a good place to stay for a few nights and very convenient to the event I was attending.

Plenty of other places in Westminster. Choose almost any of them over this place. Dirty rooms and connecting door was so poorly insulated for sound, could hear neighbors arguing and washing dishes in their bathroom as of they were in my room.

We usually stay at this hotel the first few days when visiting Los Angeles. it is a short 15 minutes drive to Long beach. The rooms are refurbished, carpet floors are replaced with food tiles. Room is clean as usual, although we noticed it was more dusty as usual :) Shower needs an upgrade, but works well :) We got the room facing the fool, which is very convenient when staying with kids. Breakfast was surprisingly great. Thank you and we will be back !

I stayed here for a weekend and was immediately greeted by front desk. Due to the hotel being booked and busier than usual I was unable to get a downstairs room. As I made my way up to my room I noticed there were no elevators on property. I knew this would be an issue as I had a lot of luggage. However, without asking for the help a hotel staff member named Juan went out of his way to help me carry my luggage up to my room. I then realized Juan is actually the maintenance person and even though it was out of job duties he still went out of his way to help me out with my luggage without having to do so. Juan was very caring and super helpful. I appreciate his help for providing the best customer service he could offer! My stay here was amazing, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. When breakfast is served every morning not only is it delicious, but the breakfast lady always greets you with a good morning. The hotel definitely exceed my expectations in every way and mostly because the rooms are well maintained and are super clean. I would definitely come back anytime when in town!

I've always brought my own shower head to use while renting a room at a hotel/motel, makes a big difference. I'm sure others have as well. If you haven't and you stay at hotels/motels often give it a shot.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not as much as website shows (no waffles or bread). I think they do try to keep the place clean. Pool area was nice and quiet. Only complaint is they need new carpet.

Our room had several dirty q tips in different areas on the floor. Also, sticking out by the bedside table was a pair of dirty period underwear from a previous guest- nice. There is no way this room was vacuumed. The shower head had a leak and the solution was wadded up paper towels stuck in the wall. Also, we were on the second floor and the railing is definitely not up to any code. Our 3 year old could have walked right through the spaces between each bar. Super scary and I had her walk next to the wall. This is all really unacceptable.

Quick stop on our way to San Diego, clean place Friendly staff, worth every penny. They have nice Xmas lights, very festive place They offer breakfast however very limited selection and no gluten free options My kids enjoyed playing ping on the back patio.

Stayed here over thanks giving weekend, our room came with patio and direct access to the pool, my kids absolutely loved it. We even used the bbq and it was surprisingly clean. They offer hot breakfast, but no gluten free options. Staff is attentive and they accommodated all our needs. We will be back.

Doesn't take much to make us happy. Good beds, clean hotel, friendly staff, strong wifi and most of all, hot breakfast!!! They have coffee, juices, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, some fruits and yogurts and pastries. The only con was we can't set the temperature of the room, cold is 63 deg (too cold), and hot is 74 deg (too hot). Will definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for a week. Awesome Hospitality. People at Front Desk are always availale. Rooms are spacious along with fantastic room service. I strongly recomment people to stay over there for better service and better experience.

Great place and food. We had a party of 6 and everyone loved everything we ordered. The service was fast and friendly. Maximum menu options were tasty. Huge portion, amazing food, superb service. I highly recommend it . Must visit.

It was the nightmare. Old motel, never have been remodeled. Instead of continental breakfast you get a granola bar and awful orange juice. Hot tub didn't work. We had to go and ask to turn it on. The bathroom , oh boy, I never seen so awful. I have no idea how that hotel even have a 1 star. Its worse motel ever we attend.

WOW where to start! I guess two word sums it up S... Hole The place is poorly maintained and staffed. Stayed two nights and both mornings we asked for wake up call and never got a one. Website shows hot breakfast and the bags we got was anything but hot or breakfast and the coffee they had was the worst I had ever tasted in my 61 years on this planet. We went out and bought towels because the sand paper see through things they were passing off as towels was not acceptable. First time ever we have had to go buy towels at a hotel. The bathroom was dirty so we also picked up cleaning supplies while out. There was a lump of hair on the bathroom floor behind the door and the shower was disgusting before we cleaned it. We keep getting emails from Best Western, stay with us get $20 back a night you stay, that about covers the cost for towels and cleaning supplies to stay there. We had a wonderful visit with family and friends for the 4th but would never stay here again and feel it needs new management and a staff that knows what they are suppose to do.

This older BW is an apartment style building with old doors that one can hardly hear the swiping of the card key. The worst experience was the creaking noise from every inch of the bed. It literally talks back to you. Would have changed rooms but the mattress was firm enough. They still have the grab n go breakfast but with better items.

Check in and check out were very easy. Staff was very very nice. And when I told him of the issues I had had in the room they were very apologetic. My main issue was the cleanliness of the room. The towels were either stained or soiled when I got there and some of the Toiletries they provided were half used. In addition, the floor carpeting in front of the refrigerator was all wet. There was a toggle switch on the wall opposite, that read “refrigerator”. So my guess is the toggle switch got turned off at some point in the refrigerator defrosted and leaked. Why it was allowed to operate dependent upon a toggle switch I have no idea.

The hotel met our needs for 2 night stay. The bed was really uncomfortable as were the pillows. The room was spacious and had a fridge/microwave which were great. Staff were wonderful. You could hear the road noise in the room unfortunately.

I have stayed here frequently in the last year after moving out of the area. Good value and conveniently located to Fwy 405, restaurants, shopping and beaches. The facilities are a bit dated but kept clean and neat. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

I have been visiting family and friends for 3 months. I need a break, I wanted to stay close to my friend's. this place is close, Quiet, , just what I needed. Room was comfortable and had everything I need or wanted I planned on only one night but added another. Next time I stayed two extra days..... Thank you I got the rest I need.

We were moving cross country, due to move from one state. We wanted to sleep overnight get some rest so we can continue our trip safely, I must say we always like best western brand. We came across this Best Western of Westminister we called and made reservation directly with hotel when we called, gentleman named Jay was very friendly you could tell how caring his personality was he asked us if I was bw member so he could give us best rate available he saved us at least some gas money thank you for that. When we came to check in hotel was decent size nicely taken care of. lobby was small but cute they provide to go breakfast all staff members were friendly Juan helped us with directions to our room and asked us if we needed help with bags.My fav part was they had tennis table mini golf area to play My 8 year old son loved it. Overall nice hotel clean and friendly personal which is must for us.

A great hotel with nice green area by pool where you can grill your dinner. Coinvent location near highway. Many different restaurants and liquor store within walking distance. Front desk staff are very helpful.

Thought I was getting a great deal when booked in a patio/suite large room. Was musty on entering. Doors full of dirty fingerprints. Kitchen cabinets sticky. Didn't even want to touch the 1-2 pieces of dishwater. Sofa looked like yesterday's garbage. Didn't want to sit on it.

Service was great, The best rest ever, I was able to complete both business meetings uninterrupted. This definitely will be my go to place for business and resting. The location is great near eating places and freeway accessible.

Location is very convenient. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Close to a main road but it didn't affect my sleep. I will definitely return next year for NAMM in January. It's to crowded near the convention center by the venue.

We frequently had to ask for extra towels, pots and pans, etc, and she couldn't have been anymore helpful and patient. Great people here.

after being declined by 3 hotels in the neighborhood due to my big street cleaning truck, I decided to try Westminster bw, and good lord I am glad I did. The young gentleman at the front desk Jay??? came out personally to help me park my truck and he was kind enough to let me use 2 parking spots. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and calm, I did see people smoking around all day but my room did not smell like smoke. no breakfast due to covid but food bag does the job in the morning. i will be back thank you guys.

My mother passed away and we had to come to California to make her final arrangements. We always stay at Best Western because they are normally pretty clean and decent. I read several of the reviews for this specific hotel and thought it would be a good choice for our family...however, I have discovered the people that left good reviews are delusional! I asked for a handicapped accessible room because I am disabled. I got the room but no place to park. The 2 handicapped spots were taken by cars that didn't have any handicapped placards or license plates. Ok fine, whatever...I told the office and they didn't really care. Got to the room, room was dark, dingy and smelled. I couldn't get my money back because when you book a room on the bestwestern.com website, it is non-refundable and can't be changed. So, we were forced to stay in this place. Our room was at the end of the building right next to the road. You could hear the racing traffic all night. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have EVER slept on. They are old and you can feel every spring through the mattress. To top that off, whoever was in the room above us was either having sex for hours on end or jumping on the bed all night! We all got ZERO sleep 2 days in a row. You can't drink the water from the faucet, you can't even rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth the water is so bad. The water in the shower goes from scalding to freezing the whole time you try to take a shower. Every time I left the room, I had to have my key card reprogrammed to open the stupid door. VERY INCONVENIENT!! THIS BUILDING NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED AND BURNED DOWN!!!!

When staying away from home on business I like to feel like I'm at home somewhat. Best western Westminister makes me feel like I'm home away from home the cleaning staff very polite and very caring. The staff had me move my vehicle so that they can keep an eye over the security system on my vehicle. When I make reservations they accommodate to the room I prefer. Thank you best western.

I have stayed at this location for weeks at a time and found the place to be well kept, a friendly staff and most of all a relaxing experience. Management has kept this location safe and clean. despite the covid 19 pandemic. Rooms are sanitized daily unless someone is a weekly resident then those rooms are cleaned and sanitized every 7 days. The staff is reasonable , friendly and engaging. Price is reasonable and even more so if you are rewards member.

The hotel is fine and fairly priced except the internet is awful. I had to check out and change hotels the next day. It's a good price for a Best Western in Orange County. The building isn't as nice as some of their other ones in the area but there's no point in staying here until they fix their internet issues.

I love staying here because i know the staff and they take care of me when im here. So they are #1 for me ive never experienced bad service always quick to any solution thanks best western. I will always come back

I often travel to California due to work, used to stay at typically high end hotels, but since my first stay at this Best Western Inn, I've been pretty loyal to the franchise. Nice staff, clean rooms, accessible washer and dryer, ice machine, and pots and pans made available when asked. Overall a great affordable hotel.

Came to SoCal for a business trip earlier this week, stayed at this hotel, was very impressed. Though this may be an older hotel, you will not be dissapointed by their many helpful services. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Will be staying here again.

I come here reguarly to relax on my days off from the work place. Great staff, nice area, kid friendly, and affordable. They also offer ping pong, mini golf, and an accesible pool area at a appropriate times. Love Shannon at the front desk by the way.

All the perks of a great motel. Polite staff, safe environment, clean rooms, and for a bargain price. Last minute trip to California with husband and the kiddos, trip could've definitely been a lot more stressful, but the best western staff was very helpful, quick, and relaxing. Definitely will be coming back here.

Made the reservation thinking this location was going to suck... But needed a roof, so went for it.. Was completely blown away!! My family and I said here for 1 night to get away. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel was from the outside was more of a motel. We walked into a damp feel to the room immediately noticed the 2 queen size beds were sunken in the middle, the sheets smelled strongly of bleach which settled us a bit. The bathroom was clean there were 2 full sized towels, 2 hand towels and one wash cloth. We are a family of 4 so luckily I had packed extra just incase. The AC was great other then the damp feeling it created. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed that as well as the little putting golf area provided. After the pool there isn't much else that I'd say we enjoyed, our neighbors stayed up right outside of our back door until 3am, at times waking our 2 year old. The carpets need serious attention. Before bed we noticed our children's feet then our own were black from walking around just the room, we Washed them and then left to get socks for the remainder of our stay. We will not return to this motel, which is sad to say because the staff was great and the property does have potential to be a great get away. But after a the sticky feeling and loud neighbors we will stay at another hotel. I am surprised that this hotel has rated much higher then others we've stayed in but our experience just did not match the rating.

We were very pleased with this place. From the check in to the check out the staff were extremely nice. There were always extra towels and we were able to use the pool using covid safety guidelines.(You were to take turns but it was almost always free.) They even had a BBQ and I cooked steaks and burgers. The price was the lowest in town and the beach was easy access down Bolsa Chica about 10 to 15 mins.

I would give them an excellent as the staff is very friendly and plesant to deal with my only complaint was the sofa bed in our room was very worn out and not comfortable at all they really need to update these if they are going to advertise that the rooms have sofa beds. The hotel has rooms with patios that lead out to the pool area which is very nice with chairs and tables to make your stay more like being at home.

Decent place to stay if you don't want anything fancy. Carpet need to be replaced It's caused odor and some bussiness worker work outside during our stay, It's was so noisy. We checked out the day before we suppose to and check in with others best western near by.

I went here in November with my husband, Tom. We were here for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, and so is the pool. We loved the cleanliness and amazing service. We rate it 10/10 and would love to go again someday.

My friend Joseph and I recently stayed here, back in Feb. 2020, for my birthday. We wanted to go somewhere close to 2nd street, Long Beach, and my friend told me about this place. From the moment I walked in my room I was amazed at the cleanliness of the whole thing, property included. I loved how fancy it appeared. Even the pool looked astonishing, although we did not use it. The whole experience was remarkable and had lots of fancy aesthetic vibes. 10/10 would definitely be down for staying here again.

Checked in with Richard he was so helpful. Very clean rooms and nice pool. It's always nice to come to a place you've never been and then meeting fantastic people that are so accommodating in every way.

Very clean property, large rooms, freeway convenient, affordable, friendly and helpful staff. Walkable amenities for snacks and groceries. Starbucks nearby! There is a lot parking. Safe neighborhood, I was able to take a nice walk in the mornings.

Super happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean and good size. My kids loved the pool and miniature golf. They have a nice courtyard with a bbq next to the pool. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel especially because of how affordable it was.

Was in Westminster for business but the staff made it feel like home very very clean and very very comfy and I will make sure that I will stay there again when I'm in town again for work or for any engagement. I was working out of town and had to come back for the weekend and my new apartment wasn't ready yet to move in. There was something going on that weekend and all the hotels were booked but luckily at the last minute they had a vacancy and were very nice upon checkin and the room was very clean and updated with a modern look. I was hungry and there was a few places to eat and get alcohol within walking distance in a decent neighborhood. They even have a bowling alley right down the street. They even had a toothbrush with toothpaste for free since I left mine behind. All in all a good experience.

Really nice stay! The room was very big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and always happy to help. The price was fair. Bedding could be change a bit more frequently and also the window could be cleaner but nothing to really complain about. The position is also very cool to visit the coast, LA and Orange County.

Good location with easy access to the interstate. Friendly and efficient check in. Breakfast was ok but in a small room. Room was very large with fridge and cook top. Overall nice but in need of some updating.

Usually Stayed in this hotel when coming back to Anaheim for Thanksgiving weekend and had another wonderful stay. This hotel is in Westminster district closed to Little Saigon, Westminster mall and highway 5 to anywhere in LA. Good hot breakfast items, clean room with fresh scent smelling so good bed sheets & comfortable beds, quiet, facing miniature golf in the back with door and chair outside, very good size HD TV with many channels including CNN, HBO and children, modern sink, bathroom, and shower, microwave, fridge, ironing and hair dryer, good wifi speed, good location, friendly staff, and speedy checkin and checkout process. Surely will stay here again when in town.

We usually stay at this property while visiting Southern LA / Westminster area, this was our 5th stay at this property and we haven't been disappointed. The rooms are clean, the back yard area is great, and the swimming pool is now heated. Thank you, we look forward to coming back :)

Drove to Cali for some good enjoyment with my gorgeous love Went sight seeing. Checked out the wax museum couple shows Some good dinner and drinks. All in all was a nice and relaxing weekend. Looking to go back

It's our go to location for Southern California family care trips. Service and staff are great. Location is convenient. It's an older BW property and well kept up. AND as added fun they make a real effort with Christmas decorations.

Stopped here for one night after a long hall flight into LAX. It was a 30-minute drive from the airport and easy to find from the Interstate. The check-in staff were friendly, and the room was a good size. I had one located away from the road, so it was quiet. The breakfast was good and started at 6:00 which was appreciated as I had an early start.

Every year we travel to Cali to go to Disneyland. Last year and this year we stayed at this hotel. Last year the hotel was decent, not the best, but good location and okay price. This year though we had so many problems. The room was dirty, under the beds were not sealed off, so we found a nerf gun, tic-tacs, and a lot of dirt under both queen beds. The walls were dirty, but what really got us was how dirty the shower was. On top above the tile in the shower there was so much dirt and dust! There was dirt on the walls above the tile as well. And when we got there the shower floor was also dirty and had dirty footprints on it. The room is always extremely humid, if you turn on the AC its not as humid, but it gets super cold; same with the heater. The day we came back from Disney we got to our room at about 1am. Our key cards weren't working to open the door. So instead of us being able to relax and go to bed so we can leave the next morning we had to go up to the front desk. When we walked in, there was a guy at the desk sleeping with his shirt unbuttoned and his feet on the desk. We rang the bell 4 times before he woke up. He was very discombobulated and disorientated. When he finally woke up I told him our keys weren't working and then he asked me for my name and room number 4 times, finally got my account up, stared at the screen, and asked me again, "What was it that you needed?" Finally we were able to get our keys. I understand that its late and people are tired, but what most respectable places do is have their employees sleep in another room and have some sort of alarm so that when people walk in the person isn't sleeping right in front of the desk. I was very tired as well, and just wanted my keys to work to open my door. Very tacky... And this year the price of the room per night for the kind of service I got... terrible.

Room was clean, staff were all friendly. Beds were not the best but we were so tired after long days at the parks it didn't really matter if you rolled to the middle. The only real issue we had was the shower temperature it would go from what you set it to to cold then hot to freezing to scalding, to the point your skin would burn and you would have to jump out quick then it would be very hard to try setting the correct temp again. It was a major pain when you just wanted a hot shower after a long day. We didn't complain to the front as it was always at midnight we remembered. Lots of construction in the area but pretty good overall stay.

I would just like to say thank you for making this a good stay. There was a issue But was quickly resolved so thank you for that. All in all they go out of their way for what ever you might need. Thank you for all your help

The breakfast was good and hot. The staff helped me get around. The area around the property doesn't have too much going for it but its on a main road, so we easy to find and get to other destinations.

We had a very quiet down stairs room just steps from the office. Although it was on a very busy street, there was no traffic noise. Staff was very helpful. Over bed lights were out but promptly fixed by Bim? The usual breakfast fare was hot and tasty for a change. Room was very nice and the bathroom clean with NO sign of mold, unusual nowadays. Would gladly stay there again if it was someplace other than California.

We booked this hotel for a recent California trip and we tremendously pleased with our entire stay. The hotel itself is a little older and smaller but the rooms are clean and large (we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, on the 1st floor so we had a small patio). We found the breakfast to be more than ample and a great start to our day. The staff was super friendly and they went out if their way to grant our request to surprise my daughter with balloons to celebrate her birthday! We found the location to be great as we had easy access to the freeways and a short drive to Disneyland. Overall I was super pleased with the value and service we got and would definitely stay again

Really awful Best Western. I chose it based in reviews. Carpet very stained, needed deep cleaning, cannot open curtain if you want privacy as it faces a common green space. Walls need painting. I've stayed in much cleaner Motel 6s than this hotel.

Price was great, breakfast was fast and good. The decor is dated but the room was nice and clean. Has a lot of space and I love that so it doesn't feel like a small room you are stuck in. Lots of parking so didn't have to worry when coming in late.

Great hotel. Rooms are nicely done, great staff, well kept grounds. Very comfortable. Have stayed here a few times, and the location is perfect for amusement parks. Close to restaurants, shopping. Just an all around great hotel for a get away!!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has two floors but does not have an elevator. The front desk staff helped us take the luggage to the second floor. There is an nice and small outdoor pool as well as a mini golf field.

Everyone here is always cheerful and helpful. The team are always willing to help you and make your stay the best! Hotel is in a very good location near Huntington Beach, and parking is great. Has a nice pool, and the rooms are big specially the suites.

Even though this hotel is not next to Knotts...the benefits are worth it. This hotel was clean, friendly and safe. My grands and I will stay here next visit. The breakfast had something for everyone...waffles, eggs and cereals.

We found this to be a great hotel, close enough to the 405 to be convenient to the area, but far enough to be super quiet. The front desk staff checking in and during the day were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was large and clean, the beds comfy...it had a large flat screen TV, and the wifi worked great. The room had a small fridge and microwave also. The free breakfast is typical Best Western, and the hot foods were kept refilled and fresh. Overall a great stay here.

Everyone at the Best Western was friendly and accommodating! They treated you as family! The rooms were very clean, everything worked, and there was cable tv included! There is an amazing “backyard” with a patio some chairs and a table, for each room, games, a pool and a jacuzzi! My kids LOVED IT! It felt like a very homey/relaxing vacation! The breakfast was surprisingly great! Hot food, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, water, coffee. Very good variety for picky eaters such as my kids. Will definitely be staying here again!!

All in all, a good place to stay. The staff was great. They were probably the best part of the hotel. Very nice, helpful and accommodating. We had to call the front desk for a few things over our week stay and they were always quick to respond. The breakfast was good and filling, although you can't really complain much when it's included in the price. It was pretty standard fair and the food didn't change the whole time we were there. Scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, milk... most of what you would want in a decent breakfast, except maybe bacon! ;-) The ladies monitoring the breakfast were helpful and did a great job keeping it stocked. Things that ran out were refilled quickly. The room was good and clean for the most part. The only problem we had was that the carpet made the soles of our feet dirty, so they either need to start cleaning the carpets or clean them more often. We just ended up wearing our sandals most of the time to keep our feet clean. Other than that, we had everything we wanted - fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron & board, nice big TV, wifi, A/C - and everything worked. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The pool was a little smaller than I was hoping and it could get pretty full at times, but it was decent enough and got the job done. Thankfully, we had a room overlooking the pool, so we knew when we could go down without it being crowded. Overall, we found this to be a good hotel and we would stay here again.

Set in quiet residential area with quick access to freeways, comfortable rooms, clean and felt safe, breakfast basic but good start to the day, economic base to explore the la area. Pool area small, didn't get to use it as didn't have time, close to Disney and short drive to supermarkets, fast food etc.

I came in with some friends and I must say I had AMAZING service. The guy at the front desk (I believe his name as Luis) was so friendly! And was so helpful. He made sure to make us feel welcome and if we had any questions he was more then willing to go above and beyond! Truly a great experience! I would go back just for the friendly service! But the rooms were nice, everything clean and well kept. Just all around a good experience!

I called this hotel, BW Westminster Inn to inquire about availability of quiet rooms. I spoke with Richard I presume is the front desk employee who from the start spoke to me hesitantly; he sounded like he wasn't sure of what he's telling me. So I "helped" him identify which available rooms would be the quietest. We then discussed the rates. I asked if the rates online @ the company website is the same as the spoken rates and he confirmed that they are. Thereafter I said to him that I need to give it some thought as the check-in date was already close. After a few minutes I decided to go online and look at the hotel details. After I logged in, I recalled that I may have points earned so I checked my profile and discovered that I did. I called the hotel back, spoke again with Richard and told him I have accumulated points and can I convert those to dollars. Ie, so I can book my reservation. He said my points don't convert to dollars but i can use them in other ways such as shopping. I then asked him about the free nite program. At that point his attitude became negative; like he didn't like my remembering abt the free nite program. With a sour tone, he told me that 20,000 points will allow one free nite. I told him I have enough points for a free nite and I would pay for any additional nites. I never got a response bec. the line immediately disconnected. I called back half a second later but the phone just rang and rang more than 15 times...no pick up. I then called using a 2nd phone but got the same thing, the hotel phone just rang and rang endlessly. Looking back, I can conclude that that rude hotel employee did not like the fact that I am planning to use my points. I earned those points so I have the right to use them. Any person working in a hotel should understand that the hotel business is about hospitality, courtesy and good public relations. That rude employee sounded like a disgruntled person and the world owes him something. His bad attitude towards me diminished my initial interest in making a reservation at that hotel.

This is our 4th time staying out here in Westminister we love the hotel very clean and pleasant staff we will continue to come to California and stay here. The staff are very attentive to our needs. The pool are is nice & always clean.

We were a little earlier than the check-in time but when we called to see if our room was available we were told it was. When we arrived at the front desk to check in we were surprised to be told that we were being given a free upgrade to a one-room suite. It was beautiful! Because we were there for a family wedding, I asked if it was possible for another family member to use the pull-out sofa bed. I expected to pay an additional fee. Nope. I was told that the sofa bed already had sheet on the bed, there was a blanket in the drawer, and we were good to go. The entire staff was extremely friendly from check-in to check-out. And, for the money, this was a great deal (I purchased it through Groupon). I HIGHLY recommend this hottel.

We stayed for a night and it was good and clean. It needs a little update but works. Location is good close to restaurant and shops. Staff was helpful and friendly, they provided us with an early breakfast.

I recently stayed at the hotel it was a bit late when I checked in but i was greeted kindly and asked about my day! As small as it may seem the gesture was nice the front desk Louis was very kind and offered me water after my long drive and even a snack from behind the counter. He told me the local places to eat asked if I needed late check out to sleep in a bit more or an alarm to be up for an appointment he covered all bases greatly the next morning i left refreshed and wondering when I would be able to come back and visit! The breakfast was just great as Louis had recommended and i got late check out too thank you all of the employees you are happy to be around!!!!!

I wanted to extend my stay for one day and was told no because they were sold out so I decided to head home a day earlier than I wanted to. Just to check I called the hotel while I was on my way home and they did not tell me that they were sold out. I will not stay at a Best Western again as the staff should have worked to assist in house guests.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. Nice pool and spa and great service. Highly recommend. Clean rooms and nice hot breakfast. Breakfast didn't change but it was still good every morning.

It's our favorite So Cal hotel for our monthly family business trips. It's an older property, but very well tacken care of. The staff is great and attentive with out being intrusive. I especially like that the rooms are laid so that the we can have the entrance door and patio doors open to allow the cool So Cal ocean breeze (even though the ocean is 5 miles away) through the room. The upstairs don't have a balcony but there is still a large window over the pool and courtyard. I continue to hope that sometime in the future they will be able to reconfigurre the breakfast area so that it is not so easily crowded. All said we will be bac for another 6 days stay in a month.

I stayed there for 23 days (23 march-14 april 2019), because my company chose this terrible place for my business trip unfortunately. First, it is impossible to find a kind staff, so if you face a problem please prepare yourself to an argument with them. I experienced this at least 5 times during my accommodation there. Even, one of the staff (cuban boy is very dangerous) shouted at me and refused to shake my hand while i tried to reduce tension... second, the rooms are old fashion, so devices work hardly. and If you reach water you are lucky, if you can reach hot water, you are luckier. If you don't, no need to call reception, because they get angry and show a man (in front of entrance) who is always working for providing hot water for hotel :) but i have to accept, he succeed sometimes. and breakfasts are also terrific. only delicious and nutritious thing is boiled egg, and they are aware of this. so egg is very valuable and you can not reach it for your all breakfasts. you have to beg for it, and if staff fells all right that day, you can have some egg after being rebuked. Staff sometimes don't clean your room, dont panic, if you need you can call them, and after they beat you, your room can be cleaned. Next days same things can happen. I can write 1 billion things here, and i m really serious. But i think this is enough. While i was staying there, i tried to get in touch with a manager as i don't like to write this kind of feedback in order not to hurt anybody and not to cause them be punished, however i can take just 1 reply, he said he would listen me and solve all problems, but he didn't reply my second e mail. So, this is not a good place. As aeronautical engineers from Turkiye, who sometimes have to travel seal beach (for boeing) we decided not to stay there anymore. Have a nice vacation.

Friendly staff. Excellent cleaning crew helped organize and keep our room spotless during our stay. Good breakfast. Only thing I would say that needs improvement is hotter water for a longer period of time but even that wasn't anything serious. Will be back if I'm ever in the area again.

Nice clean comfortable place not far from freeways. Refrigerator and microwave. Outdoor grills. Friendly service, fast check in and check out. Good morning complimentary breakfast and refreshments. One of my favorite spots.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel needs renovation for sure it is pretty run down but it was clean. The hot tub was hit and miss if the jets work. We chose to stay here because the rooms had kitchenettes. The problem was the fridge did not get that cold and the freezer did not freeze anything. There was only a stop top no oven. We came from Canada so we were trying to save costs and wanted to cook our meals in the hotel. The breakfast was just okay - disappointing it was the exact same thing every day no variety. Eggs were always dry. Not much seating area for breakfast. It was not a bad stay, it was clean and it was okay for us.

This is my 1st time here and loved it...good hot bfast.. 95% of staff was friendly nice n helpful ... cleanliness and peaceful was definitely on my list .. I will stay here again on my future visits...btw way mom is super picky but both parents were super happy and totally approved and appreciate this location LOL I passed with an A+ So definitely recommend this place

The hotel can use a little update but putting that aside we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. We found the room to be quiet and we were able to get a restful sleep. We had a ground floor room and outside of the patio sliding door was a small tiled area with two chairs that faced the pool and the little putting green that is in the rear of the property. It was like being in a garden. We did not use the pool because the weather was a little cool, but the pool was immaculate. As for the breakfast, there is a small breakfast area but we were always able to sit and enjoy the breakfast. There was a staff member in attendance and she was very much on top of things keeping the area clean and refurbished when things ran low. They had a reasonable selection of hot and cold food. In general, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. For the level of hotel that this would belong to, it met expectations. They were reasonably priced compared to comparable hotels in the area.

Everything is excellent except the interior is now dated. The front desk were extremely helpful and the breakfast is very good. We have stayed here a number of times, and would have no problem staying again as we know what to expect.

Everything about this hotel was awesome! The property was well maintained and I loved the putting green and ping pong tables outside by the pool. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were all very helpful and did everything with a smile.

Small, but very nice stay. Had all we come to expect in a larger Hotel. Staff is nice and willing to help. The Pool courtyard is away from the public street, a plus. Guest room window face the pool, not the busy ugly street, another plus.

We have stayed here before and the hotel is still well maintained. It is a little bit further out from Disneyland, but if you have a car it is doable. The staff is very friendly and the check in and out was quick. There is a nice pool and amenities like a BBQ, a ping pong table and a putting green. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and are very clean. We will stay here again.

We have always like the small atmosphere of this property. We have never had any problems. The only thing I would suggest is that they change their breakfast choices. Everytime we have stayed it is the same food. They need to have more hot food choices.

Cute hotel with a nice court yard and pool. Affordable with a hot continental breakfast so we could spend more in Disneyland, like the Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique. 20 minutes to Disneyland and 20 minutes to Huntington Beach.

My go to stay whenever I'm in Westminster area, close proximity to Vietnam town shops and restaurants and also the beaches. Spacious and good pricing, continental breakfast is not bad. Includes a heated pool.

For the affordable price, the hotel was amazing! Clean, huge tv, great hot breakfast, clean pool and hot tub, ping pong table, putt putt, and a grill. All the amenities were as described. AND is sooo close to everything. 20 minutes to Disney, the beach, 5 minutes or less to shopping, food, it was great. Thanks Best Western, we would definitely stay again!

I was greatly surprised that even though the outside of the building looks a little older the inside is well taken care of. The hotel is right on a busy street and our room faced the street so at first I was worried we'd be hearing cars all night, but once we were in bed we didn't hear a thing. The staff were friendly and I saw them taking good care of their property.

I think it was okay for the cost. I would not recommend a single woman stay here unless she has a room on the first level. The second floor stairs are remote and offer opportunity for ambush. Even as a single man it felt creepy going up them in the dark evening hours. Pot smoke was present which is not uncommon in California hotels. It was quieter than I expected.

We chose this hotel because of how close it was to a wedding. The room was nice and spacious. There were a lot of things nearby. The staff were friendly. We had an issue with using points for our room but that was remedied. We were sorry we didn't have a chance to have the pool or hot tub.

A basic motel. Nicely refurbished. Breakfast was just ok. Not much of a selection.the employees were very accommodating. Because of the location, this was perfect for us. I can't say enough about the staff. Especially the front desk clerk. She was very helpful

Great location with easy access to 405. Slightly older motel, but it was clean and the staff was friendly! I would definitely stay here again. It was neat to see a small putting green and pingpong table to help entertain the kids ( and myself!)

I arrived late on check in day at 1:30 AM. Staff was helpful and friendly even at late check in time. Housekeeping and other staff were all very helpful and willing to help. I have no complaints about this location. Is a good value for me and is easy for me to get to Long Beach for business from this hotel. Keep up the good work.

We stayed for one night. This is a older property but very well maintained and clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked functional. The breakfast area is compact but had all of the Best Western elements. Recommended.

This is an older motel on a major street, though the traffic noise wan't too bad. We had a fast and friendly check in. Our room was a decent size, including a large mini-fridge with freezer and a microwave. There were few places to plug in electronics. We could hear people walking in the room above us and talking in adjacent rooms. The sink area was separate from the toilet/shower room. The low-flow shower head made it take extra time for me to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The breakfast was so-so, with processed hot items.

Hotel online display of queen double room was deceiving for me. The room we were given was dated although it was clean. I chose to stay at BW because of the room I saw online, I'm a bit disappointed. Location to LGB airport was 15-20 minutes from hotel. Many restaurants nearby and walkable.

This hotel works well if one has to go Long Beach for business. It is a 20-minute drive without significant traffic jam.The garden is small but contains the pool, a grill, and some place for sports. The trees there are lovely.Breakfast is ok.The room offered enough space and was well equipped. The service was excellent.

Searched all over for a hotel for our visit that had respectable reviews and a fair rate and this was my choice and what a great choice. Firstly every staff member was professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great bathroom, television and WiFi were top notch. Loved the back area with the pool, ping pong and putting area. Breakfast area was impeccable and great variety. The price was completely fair. Nice area and it was quiet. Highly recommend!

The kids had gotten out of school and I thought why not take a summer vacation instead of staying all week at home, my mom would make us stay but not me. So I went to the one hotel that has never let me down. As soon as we got there we wanted to relax and that's exactly what we got! We checked into room 109, and Vale helped take our bags! Me and my husband could unpack while the kids went for a swim, and still keep an eye on them. The view, room, and breakfast was all amazing. Finally, it was time to check out, Monica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I despise leaving the hotel but I know I will be back!

i have spent 2 weeks in the best western westminster and i have got to say its a very nice stay. all the hotel staff cant do enough for you and always with a smile the rooms are cleaned every day and done very well it has a small pool but as we was out every day to different places every day that did not worry us, plus there is nobody at the pool or very few people there so after our days out you could chill there. you get a nice breakfast every day which is included in your stay. as for the area it is more residential round and about so will need a car to get about but if you want a base and go to places that California as got to offer on a budget you wont go much wrong here.

Hotel was ok...a few cleanliness issues like dirty floors and lipstick stained bedspreads but overall hotel was good...got upgraded to king suites due to 2 queen room not being available next door...one room had a broken window which i notified the staff of upon arrival...internet was good...breakfast could have had more options, but for the price this was a generally good hotel/motel

We had an amazing time here. Room clean and comfortable (we brought our own pillows though)...staff courteous and went over and above to make the stay nice. Stayed 7 nights...tv down for one but hey we just went to bed earlier and they took care of it quickly. Would stay again in a heart beat.

This is my 3rd time reviewing. We like it. It's an older Best Western, but well keep up with modern furnishings. Clean, always smells fresh without any freshener fragrance. Nice size pool. Little putting green and outdoor ping pong along with a bar b que grill and picnic area add to its feeling of friendliness. This is our 5th stay in the last 16 months and they have ranged from 3 to 7 nights each. They have been a combination of family duties and holiday. They have all been 5 STAR experiences. They provided a good free complete breakfast and the attendants do a great job; especially considering the area devoted to breakfast is oftentimes very crowded. Because we always stay 3+ days it would be nice if they rotated bacon with the sausage and occasionally had biscuits with gravy. We especially like the outside entrances and fully openable opposite windows that can allow flow through air

This will be the 4th stay at this property for business. Yes it looks a bit worn under the fresh coat of paint, and the architecture is a bit shabby. But the rooms are clean, the Free WiFi is much improved to where I had no speed or connection issues. Breakfast was simple, good and included. Staff was always friendly, professional and available. This was is property is a real good value, and worth squinting a bit to get by the outward appearances.

Stayed for three nights and had king room with sofa and kitchenette. This was a large room with a well equipped kitchenette - even down to the washing up dispenser. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Hotel has lots of eating options either within walking distance or a short drive. As Brits the H Salt traditional fish and chips restaurant a short walk away was welcoming. Food is as it claims - traditional British fish and chips. Hotel is ideal if you need to get to Disneyland or Knott's Berry Farm with both being about a 20 minute drive away.

I booked this hotel for a business trip, to audition in LA. I found the hotel to be decently affordable for the area, check in and out was very efficient and easy. They were very professional, I enjoyed the breakfast. I have no complaints.

It was a nice hotel with free parking and a nice hot tub in the pool area. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was big. It had a refrigerator also which was nice.

I once again stayed at Best Western, but alone. I was off on a business trip and back in the Westminster area and of course I had to stay here, otherwise I would regret it. When I arrived maintenance helped me with my bags, and he didn't have to but he did it very generously. I only stayed one day but the whole day was absolutely perfect as well as breakfast, the pool, rooms, and of course the hardworking staff! I can't wait to return with my family! I recommend you stay at Best Western Westminster if you are ever in the area!

Excellent in every way group of us crazies volunteer at the Long Beach Grand Prix every year. Our track side mornings are at 5;.30 each morning. They open their breakfast bar at 4:00 A M to serve us. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. We will be back next year

Honestly, I have no idea why people think this place is good. The room (103) smelled, it had bugs, and the matress was like you were falling into a canyon when you layed down. I was supposed to stay 3 nights, checked out after the first and went to a new hotel.

The golf and table tennis was fantastic. I hope to come back in the future to enjoy the relaxing pool and hot tub. The nature quality was great with butterflies and birds flying all over the beautiful flowers it was picture perfect.

I have a huge family and this hotel was great! Very accommodating, the kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and happy! Very relaxed and easy going! I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting especially with kids!

My family of 12 stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and it has been probably the best hotel stay we have had. The staff is absolutely amazing- they were always smiling and friendly. This hotel is not much to look at from the outside but the rooms are very nice and clean and smell nice so very pleasantly surprised. The staff (front desk & housekeeping) was excellent. My only complaints are that the beds are too stiff for my liking. We all woke up with stiff backs. And also this hotel is a 2 story walk-up so we had to lug our bags up the stairs. It would have been nice if they had Bell Service to carry our bags up for us. But overall very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if they had softer beds. If your top priority in a hotel is to have a nice clean room at a bargain price in a convenient location and you don't really care about all sorts of hotel amenities that you will never use, this hotel is for you!

I previously stayed at a Best Western in Indiana which was very nice. Thought I'd try again for my trip to California. I was not disappointed. Very nice hotel, staff, breakfast, etc. Was impressed all the way around. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

This BW is not very noticeable as you approach it, but it's a delightful little place. The manager greeted us with a huge smile and, before he left, introduced me to the front desk clerk. All employees seemed to be happy and led us to believe they enjoy their jobs.

Stayed here for the surf City half. Not a bad place to stay for the price. Convenient and right off the interstate. It looked a bit old and outdated and the walls were a little thin- could hear people walking around upstairs and could hear doors closing next door. But the bed was comfy and they offered enough to channels. They have a nice courtyard for hanging out with friends. Def not bad for the price

This motel was good value, Good rooms with seating outside room in garden. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. The standard for room, beds and cleanliness was very high. Housekeeping does a good job. There is a donuts shop, Starbucks and liquor store across the street if interested. It has good access to two freeways. 20 minutes drive on surface road to Huntington beach; 20 minute drive to Disneyland. Staff were exceptional in assisting us and offering information about the area. Would stay there again.

It's nice, the people are great, and perfect for our needs. It is an older Best Western with the rooms nicely upgraded and signed under Best Westen's new blue and white "B W" signage. It is very well maintained. Prices vary with local demand and they are often full with tourists on weekends and local longterm visiting professionals on week nights. We have already made our reservations for early March. Breastfast is good with the usual continental items plus scrampled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The breakfast host was amazing in keeping the tables clean, the food ready and hot, and everything fully stocked.

Our stay was short lived. We came in at around 2:30 am. The hotel person who checked is said don't worry about checking out until 12:30 pm. Which was perfect considering mostly I think 11:00am is normal check out to time. It relieved a lot of stress not having to ask. I have two young children and it was a Hugh help. And my kids loved the waffles!!!!

We always prefer to stay in Best Western Hotels. They seem to be very clean, have a good breakfast and their staff are excellent. This hotel is close to everything that we were hoping for. We found great restaurants, beaches and even went to a movie.

Customer service is great here. We had a little trouble at 3am and they were able to switch our room that same morning. The location is in the middle of everything we had planned, Disneyland about 15min drive and staple center 30min. So overall it's a great place.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. First time with renovation. It's perfect. Hotel staff is accommodating, hot breakfast buffet, and with the three day holiday stay the price was awesome! 10 to 15 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minute drive to staple center. That was our purpose coming here. Disneyland, California Adventure, Lakers game and lots of grub! They even have a cute putt putt in the back with nice landscaping if you want to eat outside. One downfall is the stairs, it can be a little scary to go up and down, so please be careful. We had to exchange rooms because our toilet wasn't working properly and at 3am in the morning, the front attendant was more than accommodating. No questions asked! You will not find a cleaner place near DTLA for the price and cleanliness. I looked for weeks, trust me!

This is a hidden gem. The price is fair, the amenities great, WiFi that's fast, cable tv with hundreds of channels. Balconies, mini golf, pool, hot tub, guest laundry. Parking is a bit of a nightmare if you come in late, but otherwise this is an ideal hotel if your needing to be nearby.

Check everything before you decide to stay here! The bed was broken and there is no hot water. Be aware when a place offers a full 100% refund in only the first 5 minutes of being there. I would not go back to that Best Western. Hopefully not all of them are like that.

I stayed in a double queen room with my three children. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The area seems safe, breakfast was included and we have no complaints. I just wish they offered bacon for breakfast too because I don't like sausage. There is a heated pool and the kids enjoyed playing ping pong and golf outside when they had a few minutes to kill. We came here to visit Disneyland and the hotel was only a 20 minute drive from there so not too bad. Thank you for a nice stay.

Wife had a tax seminar in Long Beach, I ended up staying at the hotel. Spent an hour at the breakfast watching the LA fire, then played on one of the two computers in the lobby. Was ready for a nap, when the owner brought in lunch for the employees and invited me to partake. Very nice room, bed was extremely comfortable, a nice breakfast and very friendly employees. Highly recommended if in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay in Westminster. The motel exceeded my expectations for the price. Room was clean, except slight lingering cigarette smoke - - not the fault of the hotel that people can't follow the rules. Comfortable, some street noise on the weekend. Great for an overnight or short southern CA trip on a budget.

I decided to stay here while I took a trip with my baby to Disneyland because I think every kid deserves to go once. The hotel was cute and the front desk clerk was super sweet. The parking lot is tiny that I had to park by the wall but couldn't block cars coming out which was a little hard to do because his small it is. The breakfast is the same everyday so it got a little old they need to mix it up a little every now and then. The shower pressure sucked so bad I literally had no hot water so I was taken cold showers which was nice but not when it's cold out side.

room was next to busy road and very loud in room. neighbors above were running around and making lots of noise too. was very difficult to sleep for the whole family. called front desk and complained but still continued for another hour until the noisy neighbors went to bed on their own.

Travelled all week and was hoping for a good night rest before my business meeting next day. Check in and out staff were very pleasant. Room was super outdated, had a lingering cigarette odor, a/c and heating was super loud, the worst part was the bed. Super used, squeaky, loud, and could feel all the springs. Extremely uncomfortable. If you have business meetings the next day, probably should stay here. Barely got any rest because the bed was so uncomfortable.

This Best Western is a good location to getting around Orange county. Close to the beach, Disneyland, freeway and is easy to get to. The Inn is clean and friendly with a good nights sleep. It is close to Boeing and other business.

Was at this property 1 year ago and decided to stay here again on our family trip and once again had a great stay. Everyone is courteous and welcoming. All the staff go above and beyond they made sure our room was clean and ready after our long days out in Disneyland. Breakfast was great cant complain. Not a luxury accommodation, but a perfect fit for the budget minded who wants to get out on vacation. Loved 10 minutes to the beaches. Neighborhood isn't inviting, but the hotel itself is private enough you don't notice. Also close to Walmart and other stores. Breakfast is adequate to start your day with. Staff is personable and very accommodating of any requests.

The pool area is especially nice, but It could benefit by a bathroom adjacent to the kitchen area. We always select this motel when in the area because it is comfortable and convenient. The check in and checkout were a breeze.

My stay was fine, the staff was pleasant and the room was clean and presentable. The big complaint I have was with the free complimentary breakfast. The cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, etc, was all fine (hard to screw that up), but the sausage and powdered scrambled eggs were SO DISGUSTING!!! dont even dare eat it. the sausage was something I wouldn't feed a stray dog. there was a long peice of pig artery sticking out of the link I bit into, almost made me throw up. Come on, how much more would it be to get some half decent breakfast sausage on the table? The OJ was super sour tasting also, couldn't even drink that as well. The last thing I did before I left the room in the morning was throw a whole plate of breakfast and full cup of OJ in the trash can, which is right where it belonged.

Stayed 2nights just to visit friends & Vietnamese Community area (Phuoc-Loc-Tho Plaza). About 12-15mins drive to Bolsa Avenue where all the good foods are. Nice, well maintained Inn. Great for family with kids like us: BW Inn has a small swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a mini golf area. Check-in, check-out was fast. Staffs were helpful and caring, went all the way to assist our requests. The only thing need to mention is they have limited breakfast options for whomever concerned. We only went to breakfast for milk/juice & fruits for the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights in August, the rooms were clean and air conditioned. The only issue was the shower was a bit loose. We will probably stay again next time we are in Los Angeles. The hotel is situated near to Disney and Universal. Also close to Huntington Beach, so it's quite good if you are going to these attractions.

We have recently started using Best Western hotels for our monthly Southern California family business and pleasure trips. This is our first time in the BW Westminster Inn and we will be staying here again on our monthly trips. The hotel and staff are a friendly combination at an affordable price. We especially appreciate the included full breakfast even though seating is a bit limited and crowded when the hotel is fully booked. To make up for it the attendents were quick to wipe tables as guests finished. Additionally we like that the guestroom widows (on the 2nd floor and first floor patio doors) are fully openable to enjoy the coastal breezes. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It had more than amble seating with 2 table chairs and 2 overstuffed chairs which we find is very uncommon. The towell and laundry bag art was a cute, sweet, and fun touch, but we are guessing was unique to rooms served by our chambermaid. The grounds, pool, and little putting green are enjoyable touches in an older property.

This hotel was a one night stay before heading to Del Mar, CA. The location right off the freeway was very convenient. Due to another review knew to ask for a room away from the freeway. We were gone from our room for most of the afternoon/evening. When we returned and headed to bed there were guests using the hot tub which happened to be just below or room and the normal speaking conversations could be heard. We watched TV for a bit and then at midnight when we turned it off, they were still talking. One quick call to the the front desk and they took care of it. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Morning breakfast was ok, though very crowded. Definitely not enough seating for all who want to dine.

We went to hotel to stay they night. We were tired. Imagine our distress when the people in the next room were loud, slamming the doors many times and speaking in very loud tones .So we requested another room. and 20 minutes we got there 2 roaches were in the bathroom. We left and got a refund and slept in our car.

Loved the outdoor patio space and kitchenette ...staff was so kind and accomodating and room was clean and .comfortable. This was not my first stay at this hotel. I loved it so much that I chose to stay here again. Best Western seems the best fit for me...from the continental breakfast to the kind and caring staff. Rooms seem quiet and you can enjoy a great night's sleep. Pool and hottub are great additions.

This hotel is always clean with a very helpful staff. The rooms are very pleasant. Whish all Best Westerns were like this, Great location for me. Room amenities are always fresh. Parking is easy and breakfast is fry complete, eggs meat, waffles, oatmeal all you could ak for.

A nice stay in Westminster. Close to Huntington and Sunset (with car). Pleasant front desk and plenty of parking.. Felt secure at the inn and the pool was a great bonus.Only negative was the AC which turned itself on and off during the night which was noisy. Coffee, orange juice and ice available throughout the day at reception ans was use of computer and printer if needed.

Always enjoy Best Western and the value is always good. Clean rooms, no hassles, great for a business trip. The breakfast makes it easier for me as I can get right to work and not have to find a place to eat. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

My family stayed for two nights and really enjoyed all the hospitality. Stayed in a room with a patio overlooking the pool area which made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. Breakfast area is a little small but still had a variety of items to chose from. We would definitely stay again.

The place is really nice and clean, the personnel is really helpful and the beds are comfortable. The wifi is better than other hotels and they have a pool and a working grill for the awesome weather.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed because it turned out to be a small inn with no elevator but the room is adequate, a little noisy because it is near the swimming pool. The quality of the breakfast is good, better than I expect.

Overall room was clean. Bathroom could use some updating. Kitchen faucet leaked. Pool closes too early at 8pm. Not enough guest parking. I always stay with best western but wasn't excited this time. Didn't get what I paid for.

I am a CA native but have lived in New England for over a decade. I come once a year to visit family and found this hotel a few years ago. I needed something affordable and close to my family but also something that I felt safe in with my husband and son. We were so happy when we checked in here. All of the staff was so nice and the pool, hot tub, mini golf green, and ping pong made my son's day and the cleanliness, price, and comfortable rooms made us know we found the perfect hotel for our needs. We've returned and we're always met with smiles and the comforts of home... this year we had to come back for my grandfather's funeral. It has been a devastatingly heartbreaking trip. Upon checking in, I was met with the same happy faces, lightening my burden. When the staff found my reason for my stay they were kind, offered a listening ear and truly seemed to care about my heartbreak. They didn't have to deal with me, they didn't have to take time out of their days and duties, but they did. They made me feel like I mattered and managed to put a smile on my face when I felt like that was impossible. I will ALWAYS come back to this hotel when I am in town and have and will recommend it to all of my family and friends when they are in the area. I can't give this place high enough praises. Thank you, to all of the staff here. You guys are amazing.

Check in was easy, staff was great. We were checked in and in our room in 10 minutes. The room was close to tons of parking spaces. Nice and clean, beds were super comfortable! Water pressure wasn't great but the overall stay was good. Will stop here again!

My family just stayed a few days on vacation. The motel is a good location for Disney and OC beaches. They have a cool little putting green, ping pong table and pool area for the kids. The staff was great giving extra care for my family. Nice and clean.

We had a nice stay in this comfortable, pleasantly staffed hotel. The room was fairly large with two queen beds that were firm and supportive. Parking is handy and the pool area is cute. Definitely a good deal.

We were visiting California for our summer vacation and found this nice little spot that was in middle of everything that we wanted to do so we made it our operating base. It is close to Seal Beach, Anaheim and Huntington Beach and not too terribly far from LA. The most important part of any business especially hospitality is customer service. This place was had very friendly people from the moment you check-in to any service you need. The breakfast was usual fare of eggs, potatoes, sausages, bagels, toast (wheat or white), cereal with choice of whole, skim, and almond milk. Coffee was made fresh so was everything that needs cooked. What made it good was how friendly the staff was and ready to cater to your needs. When people are kind and nice in the morning it sets tone for rest of your day. It is an older building but it is well kept, very clean and well maintained. For kids it has a mini golf course, ping pong table. It has a nice pool with an attached Jacuzzi tub. Usually hotel/motel Wi-Fi are woefully inadequate (paid or not) but their WiFi worked without any issues with decent speed on multiple devices (6 in our case). I would recommend stay here.

We are staying here now and are enjoying this hotel. First of all the beds are very comfortable. We have a 2 queen bed room and it works fine for 3 of us. It appears that this has been remodeled but retained some of the nice little things from an older property. There's nice shelves in the sink area to put your toiletries. The shower has good water pressure. Right now I'm sitting out on a nice patio with green grass and trees right by the pool. There's a putting green and badminton table in the yard. Nice place for your morning cup of coffee. This is a two story so I recommend the ground floor as there are no elevators. The staff are very friendly and have accommodated every little request. There's very little road noise as it is not right on a freeway

I enjoyed my stay at best western because my kids enjoyed it.It was also very clean an the staff are very respectful an courteous. I stayed at that location a couple times already and I have enjoyed the stays because there rooms are clean and there beds are actually comfortable not like other hotels where there bed is hard so I would definitely recommend the best western to others.

Conveniently located with a nice pool, ping pong table and a little mini golf spot to keep the kiddos busy and everyone busy! Our family of four are very comfortable and we had our kids move here instead of the seedy motel they had booked!

The check-in process was very fast. The room was very clean and ready for us to use when we got there. It also came with a full kitchen inside for us to use. Breakfast was a nice bonus while staying there.

The hotel was located right by the freeway and it was easy to get to where we needed to go. The hotel is an older one but room was clean and spacious. It had enough room for a family of 4. It has a giant TV which was a plus and sliding glass doors to the pool area. Had some issues with the min-fridge keeping cold (it was just an old unit). Overall for the value we would stay here again!

Out of no where needed somewhere to stay, and this place was AWESOME! It was so clean and so spacious. They had breakfast in the morning which was great! We had double beds, they're was tv and cable . And we where right next to a beautiful view .

Clean, affordable, motel with free hot breakfast included with stay. We stayed a total of 4 nights. We were gone exploring during the day and each night when we returned the ac had been turned off in our room making it very hot and uncomfortable until the room cooled off. The hot tub was a nice feature. Most of the staff didn't seem too interested in the service they provided with the exception of Margarita who stocked and ensured the breakfast area was well stocked and clean. Each morning she greeted us with a smile and a good morning. I would stay here again as it was affordable and clean.

This place is an excellent stay for the price. You can search and find more expensive places to stay if you want, but you'll be throwing your money out the window. This Best Western is a cozy and economical place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was free each morning consisting of the essentials like eggs, sausage, yogurt, potatoes, coffee and waffles. Hot tub and pool were a nice feature. And there's a little putting green to practice your golf skills or for the kids to have fun.

Decent breakfast, good outdoor area. Good location. I stayed here for business and I quite enjoyed my stay. They have a kind staff. The rooms are nice and spacey, with good amenities. No complaints from me! Solid stay for the amount paid.

Stayed two nights with the family...overall the hotel has what is needed for the family. Breakfast can be busy but great services by the staff. The quality of the bed can be improved...parking was hard to find at night.

It was just an average hotel room. I expected the beds to be more comfortable,but they weren't which was a bummer when you are traveling and need a good night's sleep. The breakfast could have been better. Don't know what the scrambled eggs were but they weren't like you'd expect. It was quiet didn't hear any traffic noise. The shower had a poorly designed shower head. The height was too high. I wish I could give this hotel a higher rating but I can't. Next time when I am in the area, will stay elsewhere.

Nice place to stay. No elevator and somewhat dated interior and exterior. However, it was much better than my February stay at the Hilton at LAX. Had a very powerful mini fridge in the room that kept items cold. Despite being close to the freeway and major street I did not hear traffic. Very large bed in the room which was real nice compared to some hotels that give you a mini queen which is like a twin bed.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone in my company it's a very clean environment I enjoy the stay. I checked in the whole area of Long Beach and I wasn't satisfied with the facility's so I found this place on yelp and had very good reviews on this facility

This hotel is really great for its price, and what is included in the stay. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and all the beds were very comfy and I wasn't actually able to fall asleep fast! This place really is a hidden gem whether your from out of town or just need somewhere to stay, I wouldn't definetly recommend this place!

The location and staff was great. It was very quiet and parking was efficient. The only complaint was the breakfast area and those awful eggs. But the staff was friendly and assisted in a timely manner. Renovations were under way, as this hotel is a bit older.

Stayed here for 6 nights again this year to volunteer for the Long Beach Grand Prix. This hotel always takes great care of us, and there are quite a few of us that stay here. They open breakfast early for us so we can be fed before our 545:am morning meetings at the track. We decided to stay at this hotel on our way to LA after spending a full day in San Diego.. we arrived quite late at night and checked into our room. The room itself was a bit dated but that didn't matter to us. We were given an accessible room and the bathroom was decent too. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast which definitely exceeded our expectations. There was a decent variety of breakfast items considering the money you are paying and it even included some fresh fruits. Staff was friendly and I would definitely suggest this hotel if you are planning to visit Disney and other theme parks in Orange County!

We have always stayed here when we come to California. We love the small atmosphere of this hotel. This was the first time we stayed in one of their suites and I was so happy we did. So much more room! Will definitely say again.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but for the money this is a great little hotel. It is more like a motel than a hotel but it has a nice clean pool/warm tub (not hot) area, a BBQ grill, small putting green and ping pong table outside which is great fun for the kids. Place is old but generally clean, bedding is nice/clean and the free full breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage, home style potatoes, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, juices, & cereal. Pool doesn't appear to be heated but seems warm enough since my kids spent hours in it. It's fairly centrally located, short driving distance to beaches (seal beach, Huntington, long beach). In & Out and Fantastic Cafe close driving or decent waking distance. One reviewer said its noisy but we feel like we are the only ones here. But I am from the city and am used to street noise, airplane noise and kid "noise". Seems peaceful here to me. Would definitely stay here again. Keep an open mind upon driving up to it :)

This Inn has nice rooms, looks clean, and has a good breakfast. The beds are comfortable. A little noise from passing traffic, but great value for money. The place has a pool and a nice backyard. Located in Westminster, the place is quite easy to find.

Best Western is a valuable hotel option in the area. Only blocks from In N Out and other food establishments, which is convenient for quick food runs. Has a heated pool, small put put mini golf, and ping pong tables. Friendly staff and waffles for breakfast! I would stay here again if in this area.

I booked this room at the last minute and got a great deal. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had its own fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly and they brought a crib for my baby very quickly. Very satisfied!

I booked this room on the phone....the attendant was very helpful and was able to give me a good discount for being military. My wife was able to check in early with the children which was very helpful. When I got to the hotel the room was very clean! The room had a patio which opened to the pool area. Overall this was a great experience and great location!

A good value for the location. Expect quality to be on par with a motel 6, with better service. Breakfast is included and is typical with other hotels in the same price range. Nice TV, moderately loud AC, and the shower had hiccups with occasional cold water (probably sue to wife using sink). Suggest not using sink while showering. I would stay here again due to price and value for the location.

The rooms are huge and stocked with everything g you would need to stay for multiple days. Linens are of great quality, quiet area, amazing staff and good prices. Full breakfast for the big eaters in your family

This hotel was very clean and spacious. Check in was fast and easy. They have a pool and a small golf course. There are close stores nearby such as Albertsons, Ross and different places to eat. The continental breakfast includes a good variety. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here a total of 6 nights and loved this hotel. It is about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland with traffic. Beds are comfy and the room was spacious. Quiet at night, took advantage of the complimentary breakfast so everyone was full before heading to DIsneyland. Staff was nice and professional. I was never concerned for my safety while staying here. My only 2 complaints are 1; parking, if you get back to the hotel after 8pm there is not very many options for parking. A few nights we had to park alongside the wall separating the hotel and the business next door. 2; our shower dripped constantly and looks like it has been for awhile as there was a water stain in the tub right where the water landed. Would definitely book this hotel again in the future.

We have stayed twice now at this location for business,. The furnishings are dated, except the beds were comfortable. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating, but it is an older building with steps and they not level in some areas.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good of what u get, you get coffee and tea 24 hours a day. The rooms were a good size, lots of room to move around. Beds were very comfortable. The outside was clean, had a green space to play golf, a big pool that was very cold when we were there (beginning of October) and a hot tub. We enjoyed being there for a full week. Would love to stay at that hotel again. Everything is so close, your 26 minutes away from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm so very good location and same with the restrauants.

Finding a value hotel for an overnight stay in the LA area is difficult. Sub-100-dollar hotels are rare unless you want to stay in an unsafe motel. I found this particular Best Western deal on their official website and it exceeded my expectation. I didn't expect the warmth I felt from the hotel, but both the service and the room gave me a warm feeling. The check-in was smooth and the room is well decorated. Although the furniture is aged but the room is clean and roomy. The area is quiet and convenient. Most rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the courtyard and the pool, with outdoor chairs and table.

My family of 4 stayed for 6 days and it was not bad for the price. I had asked for 1st floor, for I have bad knees and it was printed on my reservation, but the Inn states they never got that request and were totally booked when we arrived, but if I wanted I could move to a 1st floor the next day, just keep my bags packed and it would be in the new room. I said no, I wanted to be unpacked so I could enjoy the rest of my stay. In the 6 nights we were there we had 2 nights of hot water, rest cool to luke warm and we did not get back til after 11 most nights. Parking is horrible, if you do not get there early than you have to park in the drive way and hope no one hits you coming or going. We got 3 big towels, 3 hand towels and 1 to 2 wash cloths every day for a family of 4. It is 10 miles from Disneyland, which was nice. Breakfast was not bad, we went down 3 out of 6 days. First day plenty of food, the second time hardly anything and the guy behind the counter did not seem to interested in replacing anything, third time it was so so. Just get there before the first hour and all is good. They have made to order waffles, fried potatoes, sausage links, fresh apple, tangerines, bananas, cereal, juice, milk, bagels, bread and pastries. The room was big and comfy bed, a/c worked real good. We never got to try the pool or other items in that area. They have 2 stair wells, the 1st one looks brand new and is real sturdy the 2nd it not so sturdy and old. They have signs all over of being no smoking, but I saw several folks smoking and cigarette butts all over.

I drove in from Phoenix with my children not knowing what to expect upon arriving but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well managed. Love the outside grounds. They have a little bit of everything for our family to enjoy. My kids have told me several times "you picked a great hotel mom". Used as a stopover on the way to San Diego. Perfectly adequate for one nights stay - smooth check in, comfy bed and the breakfast selection was ok. Having flown into LAX, the hotel was easy to find which was welcomed after a long flight

Ive been staying at this bestwestern off and on for about 3 months. I keep comming back because of the hospitality. The front desk clèrks are always friendly and acomidatating. This bestwestern in particular is more comfortable then any hotel in this area. I recomend this hotel for familys , business, or maybe romance. The staff at motel has treated great and they deserve praise.

Very easy and quick check in. I will check in here again on my next visit. Very clean and safe area to stay. Just check in with your credit card so that there wont be a deposit. Free orange juice and coffee for breakfast!!!!

We had to recently run numerous errands in Orange County, where we formerly resided. We wanted to be close to Interstate 405 for the following day's trip to the Getty Center in LA, so my wife chose this BW based on location and reviews, I had actually wanted to stay at the newer BW Plus on the east side of the 405, but I guess I didn't communicate that preference clearly to my wife, who is our "travel agent". At any rate, this BW proved to be very dilapidated and dated. Among the problems encountered were: (1) Noisy, rattling AC; (2) Weak to nonexistent Wi-Fi, despite the fact that our room was right next to the lobby; and (3) Worn shabby furnishings in our room and the lobby/breakfast room. Parking is very limited and the set back from Westminster Blvd. is very shallow, although the road noise abated after dark. I hope that Mr. Plascenia the manager of this location takes this as constructive criticism and improves this BW. One of the few instances over the years we've been staying at BWs that we've been sorely disappointed. My wife, however, was less disappointed though, but she tends to be more forgiving than I am.

Came here from Phoenix on a trip to Knotts. We decided to stay another couple of days to visit the coast and decided to stay here which was a little ways off from the coast but it was a little more affordable. The rooms are nice and also very clean. The staff was friendly and also let me check in about 30 mins early. Great location close to everything. It was quiet and very nice. I enjoyed it.

Annual family reunion at Huntington Beach. Stayed the night.The night rented 2 room's. Very comfortable beds nice clean linen, the breakfast was wonderful, the pool and spa area are very nice. We will definitely return.

It has a ping pong table mini golf course swimming pool open view the bottom rooms have a patio entrance best experience. It has a nice restroom space , comfortable Beds chicken sausage waffles milk and apple juice

Our family has an annual beach party every year. We're always looking for a great hotel. We finally found one. This is an awesome location, friendly staff, and loved all the amenities. Will definitely back!

We stayed at this location after our annual beach party. We arrived in the late evening and all rooms were ready and check in process no problems. We recieved all rooms exactly as reserved. The rooms were clean and spacious and the ouside patio area a nice place to hang out and relax. It is a perfect hotel for families and large groups!! We will come again!!

the children enjoyed the putting green and pong table felt like home had a little kitchenette the breakfast was outstanding several selections eggs waffles, cold or hot cereal. also breakfast is from 7am-10;30 not like a lot of other chains. i highly recommend bw

The place is nice and centrally located in the Westminster, where there are plenty of food options (mainly Vietnamese) to choose from. Overall, other than spotty Wi-Fi which kept on not working, our stay was nice and peaceful. We stayed here for two nights in a queens room, which was clean and comfy. The hotel also offers a decent continental breakfast, with coffee and juices available throughout the day. I would recommend it if you're in the area.

I live in the L.A. area & wanted to get out of the city & found this little gem. It's nice, clean, amazing staff & cozy. My stay was great & ill definitely return to this location. It's a great area for food & entertainment. You'll enjoy yourself. Thanks for an awesome time.

Probably not one of the top Best Western hotels I have stayed in, but certainly very comfortable. The room is clean and the beds are lovely (plenty of pillows available which I believe is highly important). Just about worthy of three star status, probably helped by the excellent breakfast and recreation area which includes an outdoor pool with good quality furniture.

needs updates but clean, no good internet connection, no good breakfast selections. hotel is far from everything. took hours to get to places. no good food places around except a subway. this is a hotel to just get you through the night not for long stays would not stay again unless for one night.

I stay at this hotel every couple of months and always am greeted by name and with a smile. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable with fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options. Wifi is easy to connect to and quick.

This hotel was very clean in all respects. We had previously stayed at another Best Western. This location will be our choice in our future visits to the area. While our early departure was before the breakfast hour, we were given a 'To Go' bag snack. We have never experienced this service before. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

This hotel is clean, very well located and not too pricey for the value. I thought it would be noisy with its location, but it wasn't. Our whole family thought the room looked great. The breakfast area is way too small, but it is a minor issue. The pool and spa were clean, and we felt close to everything we wanted to go to. I strongly recommend this place and we will stay there again next year.

I wasn't expecting much because of the price and not being a Best western Plus. Other than it being an exterior room type place, I am pleasantly surprised! They have a full breakfast, the hotel staff is very friendly, and the king bed was comfortable and had luxurious linens. We are staying for 8 days and I am perfectly content!

First time here at this location and price is good and area is actually nice. I can say I found myself new favorite LA hotel:) will be back again soon :) staff are friendly rooms are nice and big:) there's food places near by or you can always order pizza :)

I've stayed her plenty of times and I just have to say that the staff and food are both awesome!!! I recommend any day!!! Perfect place to if your headed to Disneyland family hotel!!! To top it off they have a patio and golf course!!! Love it -Ashley

The people who worked were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the back door opened up to a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and a putting green. They had a hot breakfast in the morning. highly recommended this hotel and will come back and stay here in the future. The price was perfect for what we got. Highly, highly recommend. The area is super clean and parking is right out front your door.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly! The room I was in had a back padio that had chairs and faced the pool. Housekeeping went above and beyond cleaning the room. I would highly recommend to anyone family or single

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and comfortable. The kids lived the pool area and table tennis table. Handy enough for Huntington and Newport beaches, lots of nearby supermarkets and food outlets. Useful little kitchenette.

We had a great time. The receptionist Shannon is nice and inviting. The rooms are clean and the pool and hot tub are really nice and good after a long day at the park. Nice area of town. Not a lot of traffic and good restaurants are near by. I recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. They have a pool/golf/ping pong table all right here. Many stuff to do. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend any one to get away for the night or business or for fun .

My family and I rented about 10 rooms at once, they were very accommodating for us and the kids loved the pool. Great location to the beach and the rooms were nice. Not to mention great continental breakfast! Would definitely come back.

This is our second time staying at Best Western for 7 days. Both visits were very pleasant. The staff is polite and helpful. We stayed in the one in Westminster because our family lives right around the corner. When we come out to visit it's nice to stay close to their house and especially at a hotel that is comfortable, clean and inviting. My children love it too

This is a reasonable priced hotel for the area, a short drive to Huntington Beach. A very quiet, clean room. Comfortable bed. Great hot breakfast. All the staff was very courteous, the maids, the breakfast lady and the two people at the check in and check out counter. Thank you for helping make our weekend relaxing. we will definetly go back to your hotel.

Staff so nice and helpful in any ways possible! Pool very clean! Place to ping pong and other activities. Breakfast lots of choices to choose from! Clean lobby, room, and environment. Car keys got locked in car and they went beyond then what they do to help us out! Great people and service ????

Our first time in cali, Great customer service, and they were very friendly. Room was nice and clean and they had a GOOD shower, unlike most hotels. It was last min for us, so we were grateful they had availability. They even had a crib for my 3month old newborn to sleep in! Great place to stay!

My family stayed at the hotel for five days in June 2016. My initial impression was not bad. The outside is clean but is showing age. There are no elevators. Our room was clean and looked freshly painted. It faced the street but we could not hear any noise. We had two rooms, one with 2 queens and one with 1 king. The king room has two comfy chairs that we liked. The king also had a DVD player built into the TV...the queen room TV was larger but did not have a DVD player. You had to go down to the office to get the remote for the DVD player. Both rooms has a tiny microwave and a small fridge. Both were clean and nice to have. The baths were clean but water pressure and maintaining a constant temperature were a problem. Dual faucets also made temp adjustment a bit weird until we got used to it. The family really enjoyed the pool, putting green, and ping pong tables. The queen beds were terrible. The one my wife and I used had a large indentation in the middle. When we complained it did not get changed out. Made sleeping tough. The wifi was great...for about 15 minutes then it would shut down for 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat. Sometimes reconnecting would be spotty. We complained several times and the person at the counter said they could reset it if we wanted...um...that is the problem. The wifi antenna was outside of our window so reception was not an issue. The breakfast was typical Best Western except for candy for the waffles or cereal. Still not sure if I liked it...my kids ate candy and orea cookies for breakfast. Overall it was fine...just lots of little gripes and a couple large ones with the bed and wifi.

Sadly, stayed here one night to attend a memorial service the next day. Room 121 was very clean and restful. Unless you want to avoid noise and kids,CA pool view room would be a good deal for extended stays. Front desk Richard and Alfredo were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Happy hour at Tacp Surf was busy at the bar but the food was cheap and good, beer was real cold and service was great. Walking distance. On same side of hotel. BK was pretty good. Very busy. Food always replenished. Real sausage; not the links. Even the PM coffee in the lobby was good. Little out of the way. Yet, it satisfied my needs. Service with a sincere smile by all.

When we pulled up & they still had faded poinsettias in their planter box in June it should have been our first clue! The check in staff was kind & super helpful! My kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub outside. The room had some updates, but the property is definitely older & could use some updating. The location isn't anything spectacular, but it served our purpose of being within striking distance of Disneyland, while keeping our kids in the dark about our going there the next day!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and very pleasant. Very friendly housekeepers and staff. This motel is our go to place when in the area, the staff has always gone out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast is good and the housekeeping is superb. Be sure to make your reservations in advance, because they fill up quickly. Highly recommended.

The check in person was very nice and friendly, and we were given snacks upon arrival. As far as amenities go, I don't think they could do much to improve. The breakfast was nice, and had everything we would have wanted. Our room, also, was nice. It had enough room, with a refrigerator and microwave. This hotel, however, is very old and showing its age. It really needs a complete overhaul. There is no elevator, only stairs, so bags have to be hauled up and down the stairs. The steps themselves are rickety and look rotting and crooked...I was afraid to walk on them. The walkway around the upstairs perimeter is also looking kind of warped and uneven. We did visit the pool, which was not heated as advertised. The fencing around the pool was rusted and pieces of it were missing along the bottom. In our room, the air conditioner was almost too loud to sleep. They had a sign in the room that if we rate them less than a '10' to let them know so it can be addressed. I didn't...because there was nothing as far as amenities that could be changed. It's just that the owner needs to sink some serious money into remodeling. The fact that there was no elevator-that alone would have caused me to look at a different hotel.

This hotel has its charms, the room is cozy and well supplied. The best part of this trip was the customer service! I had a great time with my family at the best western hotel with 5 people in a 2 queen bed room with 1 rollaway for 5 days. Yes that sounds crazy and trust me it was, that's why I am super amazed by the customer service!!! The front desk was extremely accommodating, getting us everything we could possibly use (extra towels, spotless housekeeping, etc). Since we only booked 1 room and we're pretty much in the sticks of California, my parents pretty much stayed in the hotel room 12 hours of daylight, so the younger folks (myself and my brothers) spent a lot of time hanging out in the pool and the lobby/eating area due to cabin fever. The front desk accommodated our every request such as bowls, utensils and random requests for apple juice in the afternoon... They were so good to us. I would come back again!!! Full continental breakfast everyday, with a helper on standby to help you hunt down a packet of hot chocolate everyday and your struggles with the pancake maker. A+ Hehehe I tried my first hand at golf. I have no talent for it. theres a BBQ grill which I'm curious when it was last used because I don't know anyone who goes to another state to cook. To each their own, I'm sure it has its uses.

I stayed here with my family for 5 days while we were on vacation, we booked early through Expedia. I really enjoyed my time here at the hotel, everyone was so friendly, and the room was pretty clean and spacious. There are a ton of options for the complementary breakfast, too!

We had a great time at this hotel. It was so close to major roads to get around the city. 20 minutes from the beach. The morning breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start our morning. We didn't actually have a chance to use it because of going places but the courtyard with the miniature golf, pool, hot tub and ping pong table was a nice touch. Housekeeping was great, accomodating that some days we just wanted towels and other days we wanted a full cleaning.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. This hotel was perfectly located. 5 mins from the venue. this was the first time that we stayed at a Best Western that had a sliding door AND a patio! That was quite nice. We were right near the pool and that provided the perfect access. While we didn't use the putting green, it was a nice option to have. The people that we encountered at the front desk were friendly and personable. The only negative I have is that the breakfast needs some improvements. While free, the eggs were not good at all. It was if they were made from powder. The other options (bagels, sausage, for example) were good to have, but did not seem fresh. Breakfast aside, we will stay here again if we find ourselves back in Westminster.

Room was great, right outside the back was the pool and spa. Very quiet and conveniently located. Parking was very accessible, there were many places around the area to visit. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was offered but did not get a chance to try. Husband said it was nice.

Stayed here for the week and everything was great, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, I would definitely stay again! The only down of this place is the road noise but we just turned our fans on and it drowned a lot of it out. Overall it was great!

Definitely an older property which has been renovated in the past couple of years. The room was clean and the appearance decent. The pillows were a little lumpy and the bed was slightly soft, but comfortable. If I had a complaint, it would be the street noise. Older windows definitely don't dampen the sound. So if you want some peace and quiet, ask for a room in the back. Breakfast was a little lacking. I think the scrambled eggs were made from powder and the potatoes looked a bit undone, but everything else was good.

This is my favorite Best Western. Great location, fantastic staff, all around good stuff. The grounds are so well kept and have so many options. Barbeque, ping pong, putting green, pool, and spa. High speed internet quick and easy to access. Delicious breakfast.

Booked this hotel on a last minute reservation and was not disappointed. The room we got was top notch. Clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced for last minute on a friday night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool and spa were great. Also they had a great breakfast. If I find myself in this area again I'll be back.

Really great customer service, nice property and awsome breakfast. Hassle free check in process. I would like to thank Richard for his great attitude in the middle of the night and the whole staff. My family and I checked in after midnight and the hotel staff saved my room. Great communication via email and phone.
