2 Overnight stays in coach party travelling to austia.Staff unhelpful and rude. Food poor and no choice. Rooms cold. Not suitable for disabled travellers. No porterage or early morning call. Biggest tip I can give is don't stay here. I would never stay here again.

Firstly I cannot belive this place is a Best Western Branded Hotel. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing nearby which is not great if you are expecting the hotel restaurant to be open. I believe that they have staffing issues so the restaurant at the hotel is frequently closed. Rooms are ok, a bit on the small side. Unfortunately this hotel do not know what a proper pillow looks like so you will have to spend the night sleeping on what seems like a sofa cushion. unfortunately i have had to stay in this hotel on two separate occasions and they seem to have an issue with there drains. On both stays the bathroom was stinking with only can be described as a a blocked drain type smell. This hotel cannot seem to cope with breakfasts. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests. The breakfasts they throw out are also below par. The hot choices can be described as lukewarm at best. hopefully Leger and Shearings will stop using this place as its a Best Western in name and prices only.

The hotel with the worst service I have ever seen in my life. They do not want to help you in any way. It was very dirty and smelly. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The breakfast was also very bad and there were very few options. I did not like it at all.

This hotel is not safe. Avoid because your life depends on it. The escape door / window in my room was locked with screws and couldn't be opened. The air con did not work either. It was 30 degrees in the room but the manager simply refused to deal with the situation. In fact he swore at me when asked for help. Disgusting and unsafe place which I will never ever use again.

I stayed in this hotel for one night on the way to Austria on a coach trip with Shearings. It's in a decent location - about 2.5 hours from the ferry crossing at Dunkirk, and in a quiet area of Belgium so there was no traffic noise. That said, there are also no amenities nearby - our coach knew this and stopped en route, but if you were travelling by yourself you might not know this. There appears to only be one elevator here, and a small one at that, so if you are part of a coach trip you do have quite a wait. I opted for the stairs but this is not an option for everyone. There was a musty smell in the stairwell but nowhere else in the building. My room was perfect for an overnight stay, the bed was firm and the pillows were soft, the room itself was clean - it reminded me a little of a Premier Inn actually. The bathroom was of a good size, the shower heated quickly and had very good water pressure. The TV here had both BBC 1 and 2 if you did want to watch TV, and there was a USB charging point beneath this (as well as plenty of plug charging around the room). Breakfast was a bit shambolic, two coaches with similar departure times and a VERY strict opening time meant there was some choatic queing going on. There also wasn't enough seating for everyone in the dining area, which meant some people were having to carry their food around the reception area. The food was of decent quality, not high end but edible. The orange juice/apple juice was more like squash which disapointed me, but the food options were replaced quickly. This was fine for an overnight hotel, I'd consider staying here myself on a weekday night perhaps but would want to avoid weekends due to the coaches.

I stayed at the best western in Wavre on returning from a Ledger tour of Austria. We arrived around 8pm and there was no where to buy any food from as the restaurant was closed. It was very hot and humid outside and this did not improve when I got into my room. There was a fan provided, but no air conditioning and I couldn't have the outer door (no window a full door) open as it was ground level and a security issue. The was a bath with shower even though I had requested a walk in shower due to mobility problems. The bath was very slippery when wet and was dangerous. The shower head was broken and the water pressure very poor - it took forever to wash my hair. The beds appeared clean and comfortable but there were mosquitoes in my room and I got eaten alive as well as having no sleep due to being so hot. Breakfast was also disappointing with little in the way of supplies and the room was too small to cope with the two coach parties there. There is nothing around the hotel so I would say eat your evening meal before going for the night. I would never choose to stay in a hotel with no air conditioning or a walk in shower, so would not choose to stay here again. I will say that all of the staff were both friendly and helpful.

Simple hotel ideal for a business trip to the Wavre region. Bar with a wide assortment of beers for a quick drink. Rooms are simple but sufficient for a one night stay. Note that the restaurant is closed so get a meal before arrival. Reception staff was helpful.

A nice enough twin room with a bath/shower and Tea-making facilities but No milk. Our room overlooked the car park as it is in an Industrial estate. But the room was cold. The restaurant meals are a bit expensive, but the breakfast was normal cereals, a selection of hot food, and pastries. The staff seemed rushed and busy as there were only two of them. Mixed opinions about our return visit. As with our outbound journey, the inbound gave us a ground floor room again a twin but no cabinet between us so I could move the bed. And unlike upstairs it also had a radiator the room so it was not 10 degrees, but the same bath/shower. Again tea making facilities but no milk.

After a busy day at work, I was looking forward to come to a cosy room. I checked in and found that room was very cold, air conditioner didn't work and so as the room telephone ( no way to communicate with the reception ). After failing to get air conditioner to work , I had to go downstairs . Eventually aircon was reset but no way to order any water or drink. I was asked to email reception , which I did and 2 hours later no reply. I had to email again , eventually someone came up to the room but still phone was not fixed. There are a number of nice hotels around the area, so i was disappointed I have chosen Best Western as it certainly was not “Best”

Small room for a couple. Adequate without the fuss. Perfect for an overnight stay. We arrived very late from our coach, and sadly there isn't a restaurant for dinner. We had to buy our food from a service station before arriving. The bar is open 24 hours for necessary hydration.

Hotel was clean as you expect rooms were comfortable . Cold food was good but the hot food was very Luke warm the set up for tea and coffee was a bit disorganised there was herbal teas earl gray and breakfast tea we had an overnight stay with a coach trip check in was quick and easy.

The rooms are quite simple and basic, with no interesting decorative touches to make you feel at home. I suppose that didn't matter too much as we were only passing through on a coach journey. However, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast pretty good in a small space. There was nothing particularly wrong with it; just not enough of interest to make it a 4* review.

Stayed here for the night on my way to Slovenia last week. Room was modern and comfortable. Not a massive room, but perfectly adequate for the night. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which is always welcome. I had a peaceful night's sleep. Nice breakfast in the morning. A few hot items available, as well as continental. Would stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel for a night. The place was nice and clean. The breakfast spread is good and the location is also good. Pros: 1. Nice clean and decently spacious rooms. 2. The breakfast spread was good. Cons: 1. Far away from the city.

Nice and quite place to stay (alone or with family).. It has good breakfast.... the hotel has all the basic facility, the room service is also good. the morning is beautiful with the greenery around. The Bar is also having a good collection. The Hotel has ample car parking space also.

Stayed for a night on 21st Oct, part of my 10th marriage anniversary Euro trip and they really took care of us, gave us a lovely room too. The bed was just perfect, the AC worked great, the bathroom/towels was clean and hot water worked great, just no complaints. The check in was a breeze and the reception night staff were also nice. However, this experience was spolit by just one of their staff at the next monring breakfast table. When we reached the set up at 8.05 am (had luckily just grabbed some of the stuff and was hoping theyll bring in some of the finished items for a refill), an older lady came literally ** shooing off ** (i kid you not!) some of our fellow travellers saying that our time for breakfast is up and they need to do such a set up for another group then, for which we had no info! While we were lucky to get a decent breakfast that day, another 2-3 familes missed this and there was a heated verbal exchange between them, which definitely could be avoided. This is a sour incident that i felt the management of this hotel can look into for the future (hence one star less, sorry rude lady :) ). Again personally, i would love to stay here again and definitely a great place...

We stayed for one night as part of Leger trip. Checkin was fast and efficient, by lovely staff. Rooms perfect spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. After a great night's sleep, we enjoyed a fabulous selection at breakfast. Again staff were friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to our return visit on 27th July, knowing that the last night of our trip will be a great one. Highly recommend.

My husband Paul and I stayed here on the first and last nights of a coach trip holiday with Leger Holidays. The holiday was "Little Trains of the Spectacular Austrian Tyrol". The room was small but adequate for a one night stop over. The bed was comfortable although we found the pillows to be uncomfortable. The bathroom was good with an over bath shower. We were pleased we had a non slip bath mat from home because the bath was somewhat slippery. Shower gel was provided but we prefer to take our own. There was enough storage space for our requirements. Tea ad coffee making facilities were provided but we had our own supply from home. We did not have food in the evenings as we arrived late and had purchased food elsewhere. Breakfast was good on both occasions. The hotel is on an industrial estate but we did not go out as we were only there to sleep.

Hotel was good location for our site but no local restaurants as in the middle of the industrial area. However on site restaurant was good although service was a little slow. Rooms could do with some updating eg new carpets, repainting etc

Our room was NOT cleaned at all. We arrived a day late due to transportation issue (we still paid for the night we didn't stay). Since we arrived a day late, they had PLENTY of time to clean and prep the room. But yet it was DISGUSTING. Upon arrival into our room, our pillows had CHUNKS of hair inside the pillow case! We were the only guest that received a physical turn-key room instead of renovated card key rooms. We asked for second set of keys and they denied because there are no other keys. Why were we given this room when there are plenty of other EMPTY rooms that had renovated and had card key entry??????? Our room was dirty, smelly, dusty. Hotel staff was VERY RUDE. Since day of arrival, the cleaning staff got yelled at the manager (because of dirty room). Then she continued to GLARE at us every time she saw us. I asked her where the exit to the lobby was, and she GLARED at me and ignored me. She was EXTREMELY LOUD while pretend to clean. She was on the phone ALL the time. She acted like she didn't even want to work there. Also we never received any form of apology. Even the manager on duty did not apologize and when she brought the "new" pillows to us, she unlocked and opened the door without knocking (we were inside the room) and then dropped the pillows on the ground. We were here for business and I will tell ALL MY COWORKERS NOT TO STAY HERE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE. NOBODY HERE IS PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE RUDE AND DIRTY AND DIRESPECTFUL. EVERYONE NEED TO DO THEIR JOB. OUR ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY AND NEVER CLEANED. STAFF WAS SO RUDE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER NEVER TO STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL EVER. WHY WERE WE GIVEN AN OLD UNCLEANED ROOM WHEN THERE WERE NEW ROOMS AVAILABLE? SO DIRTY. SO UNSANITARY. THIS PLACE NEED TO SHUT DOWN. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Our coach party arrived well into the evening but in time to order a meal. My wife and I were with my sister and her husband. The room we were given was basic and clean. The worst bit about the hotel was that it was in an Business park area so devoid of any life unless you ordered a taxi to take you somewhere. Most of us were in need of food. After a shower we had to wait until a table became free and as the stools and table were higher than a normal table things became difficult for those with a leg problem. I ordered a Spaghetti Bolognaise. After 15 minutes it arrived but no spaghetti. The Bolognaise was put onto Pasta Tubes cut to about an inch long. The taste wasn't great as a result. I asked the waiter for Spaghetti but I was told this was spaghetti ?? It was Pasta Tubes. It seems they don't know what Spaghetti is? The bowl of food cost 15 Euros. Quite dear for pasta tubes. In another hotel in Germany we had a Four course meal for 15 Euros so it says a lot really about this Hotels Pricing. My wife had a similar dish and it came with a half an egg shell containing a raw Yoke. My wife and Brother-in-law ditched the egg as the food was not hot enough to put a raw egg into it. They did not want food poisoning at the start of a holiday. Afterwards we had soft drinks and lager. I was in the queue for my Half Litre of Lager and the two men in front of me both challenged the Bar-lady as a Half Litre was made up of 50% Lager and 50% Froth. So only a half of a half of Lager. Both men complained as did i and we all got told that youre in Belgium now and thats how we drink our beer. I can only assume the Hotel is making a profit by serving short measures and if the locals drink it this way then they are being cheated out of a full measure of beer. The breakfast area was opened at 06.30hrs. It was chaos as the area was so small you had to queue as it seemed averyone got down at this time to beat the rush? Many of us just wanted juice or a roll so we just ignored the waiting diners but got hissed. We had to leave asap anyway as our coach was waiting.

This was a stopover hotel for 1 night. It was situated near the Stella Artois brewery! Handy for the railway station also.very nice, clean, efficient. Lovely breakfast, delicious. Variety of hot and cold food. Very modern and clean. Lovely bedroom. I recommend.

We were told there was no GSK rate when in fact there was a GSK rate. Hotel GM refused to give it to me and my business partner. A fellow team member had the same experience in January 2019. Breakfast in overprice for the quality and selection. Breakfast area is crowded. Everything in the hotel is overprice for the mediocre quality.

We chose this hotel as it's near to where a family celebration was being held. It's worth upgrading to an executive room for a bit more space and just a little more cost. Our room had a super king-size bed which was very comfortable and a decent shower, although bath towels were small. Rooms with velux windows are better than on the other side of the corridor as they are bigger. There is a coffee machine in the room but only decaf coffee pods, but this was a welcome addition to the room nonetheless. There was also a safe in the wardrobe. One small gripe - I reported that the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work but when I went to use it on the second morning it had not been repaired or replaced. We did not eat here or have breakfast - there is an excellent boulangerie on the corner of Avenue Lavoisier just by the traffic lights where we bought delicious viennoiseries and lovely bread and jam to take to my daughter's house for breakfast each morning. There were also tables there where you could eat sur place. Although very close to the motorway, if you want to go into Brussels city centre I'd recommend getting a train from nearby Groenendaal. If you want a walk in the fresh air go to the beautiful Lac de Genval.

The hotel is comfortable enough. The rooms are adequate for a business trip. The differentiator then is the service or warmth of the front of house team. I stayed 5 nights and now wouldn't stay again. On my next trip I will select a different hotel. Why: In particular one team member let's the whole team down. Steve flurries around but fails dreadfully in demonstrating any interest or concern for the customer. I experienced this indifference on my visits for dinner. And as there is no where else to go it's a shame. The menu is good enough and the food is good too. But if it's delivered or the order taken in a way that's indifferent and with a whiff of ‘can't be bothered' then what's the point. I don't stay in hotels to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I will take my business elsewhere and if you have the choice suggest you do the same.

Had the misfortune of staying here 4 nights for work. It was marginally acceptable, but only because I didn't spend any time here except to sleep. Upon arrival, I found hair on the sink and in the tub, as well as a dirty towel laying on the floor. My coworker was next door and wondered what the red stain was on the carpet... Room was very simple with cheap furnishings. Bathroom was very tight and poorly lit. Shower stall was narrow. Sink and shower water faucets were of the cheap build that are hard to adjust to the right temp. No safe in room, which is a no-go for me in Europe, as I travel with expensive watches and need to lock up the ones I am not wearing. The location is safe enough, but far away from anything I would want to see in the Brussels area. Breakfast buffet was OK, but overrun with Chinese tourists on one of the mornings. Be prepared to fight for your food and put up with rude behavior on such occasions. If you're only here to sleep, I suppose it might be acceptable if you find your room to be clean. I would certainly never stay here for pleasure. You can find better places nearby for the same or a bit more money.

We stayed at this hotel on the first and last night of a Leger tour and pretty much had the same experience as the review dated on the 25th June. Unfortunately we stayed here in August and the changes promised by the management reply to the June review do not appear to have taken place. If you stay here on a Leger tour make sure you have your own food supplies for the evenings. Breakfast was a better experience than the June review but only because out coach drivers changed the time of our breakfast to ensure we were the first ones there. The location is very remote in terms of nearby food and drink outlets and being on a coach holiday meant that if you didn't have it with you then you could not get anything from anywhere. There is a restaurant at the hotel but only Monday to Thursday. Having said that, if you have transport then the town of Wavre or even Brussels itself can be reached easily. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast is very nice if you get there early enough or at least eating at the same time as a large group. The staff we encountered were friendly enough but obviously overworked when a large group or three were staying. For the right stay this is probably a nice hotel but for Leger at weekends, especially after long journeys it is pretty much a disaster.

We were on a Leger Coach tour and stayed at this hotel on the first and last day of the tour. Arrival both dates was a shambles there was no porterage going. Only one person on reception so booking in after a long days travelling was fraught with delays. We had to wait an age to receive our cases, in the end i had to get them myself. Being disabled this was not an easy task. On the last day i asked if there was any room service, there was not! Only a overpriced vending machine that charged €2 for everything crisps, bars of chocolate this is extortion. Being sited on an industrial estate there was nowhere to get food. Breakfast: Clearly Leger were rated as 2nd class because both times we arrived at the breakfast bar there was little food remaining. The staff only replenished when most of our group got up from their seats to go. The layout of the breakfast bar was awful with the one very slow hot drinks machine blocking access to the rest of what fare there was. The staff were surly and unhelpful. The room was clean and tidy though. This is not a hotel i would like to return to

The receptionist was also the porter, the barman and the waitress... despite being clearly overworked she was fantastic and gave great service, however, Best Western, shouldnt rely on staff doing 3 or 4 different jobs just to maximise their profit as eventually staff will have to go sick or find a better employer!!

Looks exotic and gives a resort feel, like elsewhere the service is just about average. It was hot and I wanted a fan which was not provided, although at the reception they said they will check. The window on the ground floor opens to the lawn but for 4 feet it is protected by a cardboard. Still kind of scary as anyone can jump in. So during summer there would be no ac and you wouldn't be able to keep the window open, so ask for 1st or 2nd floor rooms. The breakfast is continental and was good. There is open to sky sit out area to enjoy the warm sun with umbrellas. The parking is metered. If you need to go to Brussels then this is the hotel on the outskirts which will save your journey time by an hour.

Clean, Comfortable and the reception staff ... Audrey and Jonathan did an exceptional job looking after any need! Breakfast was wonderful and my team and I enjoyed the patio with a few beers in the evening.

This is a nice budget hotel in Wavre. This is located a bit far from the city center and close to the business area. If you have an assignment in GSK Wavre then this is the closest place to stay as it is really walking distance from GSK. You can get to the Wavre station and town center by public transport such as TEC bus 22, De Lijn bus 337, 341 and cabs. Perfect for one days business stay. The breakfast was nice too.

Best Western never disappoints me. Checked in inspite of a horrible experience in Copenhagen. Spent one night in a cold room. The next day complained to reception. This time the room is cold and the heater works on and of. The temp is the room is 20deg as outside is -4deg. The Manager on duty was prompt to visit the room inspect and made the heater work. When asked she explained that it could be a loose contact but will not happen. In case it happens you can change to another room. Now it happens at 12am and reception says pack your bags we give you another room. Hilarious customer service to push the guest for a room change at mid nite. Hats of to the General Manager of the hotel and his service team for the high service standards!! My recommendation, the best is not to stay in Best Western, they are consistent in delivering this experience !

Second visit as part of a coach party and again I was very happy with the hotel. The room was clean and tidy if a little bit dated. Breakfast was pretty good and enjoyable. No problem and would stay again without concern

The hotel is in an industrial area and there is not much to do. The food in the restaurant was okay not really good. The room was dirty, very basic and smelled of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room but didn't get one as the hotel was fully booked or that was what they said. I would not recommend this hotel. The carpet was stained and the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower.

Myself, husband and four year old stayed in Wavre for three nights at the beginning of June. It was an adventure to get to using public transport/taxis but we had a lovely stay! It's primarily designed for business trips as the area is industrial and not located near anything. You can find a bakery and a sandwich shop located in walking distance. We stayed a Fri/Sat/Sunday in a family room with breakfast each morning. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel had recently been refurbished so it was all new and modern in design. Staff were friendly and accommodating but there is no restaurant/food available at weekends! We used the hotel as a base for a friends wedding and the hotel was full of friends for the event. Overall it was a really pleasant stay in a lovely hotel at a reasonable price.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with Newmarket Holidays as we were seeing a concert on the 8/7/2017 and it was a long way from the venue. Hotel clean beds very comfortable food o k. They main downfall of staying in this hotel was that it was in an industrial estate and there was nothing to eat when arrived after a long day travelling and nowhere local to get anything to eat. We were told the nearest place was about 3klm away and you would need a taxi to get there. Also no working air conditioner so room was very warm at night.

Family trip to Brussels for the weekend to visit family. The hotel itself was well presented, very clean, the rooms were again well presented with modern decor, however the customer service was poor... ?? due to us travelling as a large group, we commuted by a local taxi company to which we asked the receptionist if she would kindly order the taxi for us due to the language barrier, on the first day the lady on reception kindly said yes which was a big help for us, however the receptionist over the remaining 2 days we were there stated she was going above and beyond for us and it wasn't part of her job description. ?? breakfast in the hotel was served between 6.30 -10am, some of us had pre booked breakfast when booking the hotel and some of us were paying whilst there. On the first morning we went down for breakfast around 8.30 to which there was nothing left and nothing else being brought out, there was a shortage of cutlery and cups. One family member approached the waiter to ask for a coffee cup and the waiters response was 'what do you want me to do about it' and rudely told her to drink a coffee from a cereal bowl!! Due to this, it's safe to say we didn't bother the next morning. ?? prior to booking, we were informed we would have been able to have a sit down meal in the restaurant on an evening which is what we intended to do on the first night, however once there was told it wasn't possible due to a staff shortage. Overall, as previously mentioned, the hotel was clean and well presented, however the receptionists seemed very unorganised and provided poor customer service throughout our stay.

Quite OK when arriving late with a rental car to the free parking and going for business meeting the next day. Simple but correct and clean room. Comfortable bed. Perfect breakfast. Not too much and not too little. Friendly and efficient staff.

Fine for the location... a few days in the area for work and this was close to my location. A simple hotel but comfortable bed, clean and enough space. Good parking on site. Nothing to blow your mind but good for an overnight stop.

The room was dark and not very clean (I found a package of chips under my bed that had been left there from the previous client, I complained but the package stayed there for my entire stay and nobody cleaned it). At breakfast no sparkling water and when I asked they told me I had to pay extra. My colleagues told me that in the rooms on the second floor internet didn't work. In general the experience was quite negative.

Ever wanted to be treated like a King but couldn't afford it? Well, just go there. Very nice, modern, clean, easy to find hotel with lost of parking spaces. Extremely friendly, effective, and well organized staff who will go out of their way to help you feel as a King and not only as a number. We arrived after midnight and the waiter at the bar still managed to prepare us some food and serve us with a smile. Yes, you read it correctly. A meal, after midnight, and with a smile. Whow!!! I thought that could only happened in Spain. Thanks again to the whole staff.

The his is the kind of hotel you use on your way to somewhere. It is adequate but nothing great. The public areas are tidy and modern and the bedrooms small but fine for a night. The biggest let down is the bathrooms which are in much need of a lick of paint and modernisation. Over bath shower but no shower curtain means wet everything but its not a wet room !.

Good things: nice staff, close to offices, functional rooms, bright lobby and good bar, good wifi connection. Less than good: location in industrial area makes it not easy to get places without car, spartan room amenities and only CNN is English, no variation in breakfast buffet items, no restaurant. Overall I would stay here for business but probably not for personal.

A short hop from the motorway, this BW is on the south of the city and served as a stopover on a journey. The hotel is on a corner next to a Mercedes dealer and as an obscured sign shows, you drive 200 m down the road and turn right into an industrial area. There you'll find a good amount of free parking and the hotel entrance. Reception was helpful and competent, and they'll give you a free wi-fi key for each device you need. The wi-fi today was just good enough for email. The smallish room had smart décor, was in good condition and the bathroom was up to scratch. However I couldn't stop myself taking a picture of the laziest bit of plumbing I've seen. The only other eyesore in an otherwise useful hotel, were the most unsubtle fire doors to the bedrooms. The breakfast was reasonably OK and could be better if only staff had the time to freshen up the buffet. By 9 am the scrambled egg was feeling abused. This hotel suits those with cars.

Booked this hotel after reading some reviews on TripAdvisor. Plugged Best Western Wavre into the Navigation system of my rental car and it took me to an IBIS hotel near Walibi park. Checked my reservation and it said that the Best Western was really Brussels East. We then drove to the correct location. The best part of my stay at this location was Pauline at the reception. She spoke great English and went out of her way to improve our stay. We had a comfortable bed and the Internet service was ok. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Note we didn't notice any restaurants other than the hotels near this Inn. Please also note that people reviewing this Inn tend to mix it up with the BW Wavre that is now the IBIS. I would stay at this location again.

I stayed here for two days during my visit to one of the client location Wavre. I opted for this as this was cheaper however, I find location is not great. The only nearby place to eat is Pizza Hut. - No restaurant nearby - No attraction or place to visit - Rooms are very small - A non happening place overall - Restaurant is nice and will help to customize food as per your taste - Price of the menu is quite cheap compare to other restaurant in the town Overall good in terms of value for money as what one can expect is a cheap price

Sad surroundings, sad staff, sad elevator, even more sad carpet in the elevator. Never pay full price here. It is and should be a cheap stop over if other options have dried up. Outdated, not invested in, run down. A breakfast/reception working running around (literally) to keep up. A hotel in its dying days
