Best Western Ramachandra

Being a frequent visitor to this restaurant from last 7 years, very much know most of the staff. Naveen sir, you're the legend providing absolute delicacies to all the guests which makes to turn over again! Last night my family came for dinner (my mom's birthday it is). As i was out of station, called to staff and asked to take care about my family. They thoroughly enjoyed all the food they ordered. Many thanks to the Chefs & Hari garu who has taken care of my family. Lastly that cake surprise you guys given to my mom is something they can really cherish for a long time! Much Thanks to Naveen sir and all the staff for your kind hospitality and exceptional service.

very courteous staff, Sumptuous break fast , good to walk around in busy market area for window shopping , hotel rooms are well maintained, value for money, overall all experience is very good, vale parking available.

We were on a short trip to Vizag from USA during Christmas and New Year time. Staying at BW Ramachandra has been a greatest experience and we are amazed by all the services of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The ambience and interiors of the hotel are outstanding. The best is the food and you will never disappoint for the great quality, and taste of the food they serve. Will definitely stay again in future and would recommend to all my friends and family.

I felt very comfortable in the hotel room, which was cleaned thoroughly each day. I especially appreciated having the mini-fridge and electric kettle, comfortable sitting chair with ottoman, and desk. The staff were courteous, prompt and helpful at all times. I had a very pleasant stay.

Very Rude Hotel staff, No proper service for customers. Vizag Best western is waste... But Remaining other Best Westeren Group Hotels are best. They will not answer our queries if you book through online. They asked us to our online vendor only. They don't know how to handle customers and dont know how to behave with customers. All are United for wrong things If the mistake had happen. They will not think how to give best service to the customers. Just by shouting they will deal for their mistakes.

Management has to provide correct information on food and beverages because person to person saying different answers. Room service personnel is saying something and receptionist saying different things.

I was staying in this hotel during my business trip to vizag. Hospitality, services, house keeping is very good. Staffs are good especially Ramya, Sharath etc. House keeping staffs are very good. Restaurant is also good. Feels homely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The best option in Gajuwaka area of Vizag. Located on the main street in Gajuwaka this hotel is a business traveller's preferred destination. Clean and large rooms, courteous staff, great food, good buffet breakfast spread and decent prices make this a great place to stay. I had a unique and sudden request for them - needed a power extension box for a training that I was delivering outside - the shops hadn't opened by then and the hotel staff (Mr. Hanumanthu and the girl at the reception desk) went out of the way to help me out. Thank you. It speaks about the way they are sensitised to meeting customer needs. Keep it up!

I checked in since this was the closest one to the location of my movie shoot (Anakapalli) and I ended up staying from November 11-27th! I'm writing this as I'm also coming back now since I've got shoot there again for another week and checking in today evening till 25th or December. I want to first and foremost thank wholeheartedly Mr Santosh Reddy who handles the F and B and I wouldn't have made it there without him. I have gluten and dairy allergies and as an actor I've gotta be especially careful with any food outside else it could really end up troubling me and showing up on screen also! Mr Santosh took extra care and ensured each day my meal was ready and packed for me and totally gluten and dairy free. I also want to thank the Chefs who did a fantastic job! It wasn't a one off event, it was for 16 days and I'm truly grateful they ensured I was taken very good care of. Otherwise also I felt the entire staff was very well trained and receptive to the needs of the customer and very affable and polite. The room size and amenities are competitive and I frankly didn't expect that much as I was told there aren't many good hotels in Gajuwaka. But I was pleasantly surprised. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a good comfortable place to stay in and around Gajuwaka! Else I wouldn't be going back today as I am for my shoot! The staff here is always smiling and willing to help and communicate, which to me is a huge plus. Food is very good. Since this falls in category of Business Hotels, rooms are functionally practical. Comfortable but little small. Surroundings are ordinary. Hygiene is excellent. The place can do with few basic recreational facilities.

We had stayed in this hotel on the way from Bangalore to Kolkata. We had reached late in the hotel at about 10:30 pm and the restaurant was about to close at that time. When we requested for dinner they were courteous enough to call a restaurant server and took the order and served the food very quickly. The rooms were really very nice, staff were courteous and our check in and check out experience was very smooth. They have a basement car parking where we parked our car and the facilities were really good. I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels through Vizag as it is almost on the NH 16.

Was there on transit to Jagdalpur as a family. We checked into the family suit and had a very relaxing time. The stay was short. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. Well suited for short stays especially if you are on work. The check in desk could do a bit more spot on work especially if it is an early morning check in

It's a small hotel, located on a busy street, & chances are that you will miss it. We did, despite warnings in the TripAdvisor forum of the same. Rooms are standard in size, well decorated, & provided with all the modern amenities. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Restaurant provides awesome Andhra cuisine. Service is prompt & commendable. Front desk is staffed with some of the best people in restaurant buisness. We stayed there for one night only during our long road trip, but didn't feel that way while checking out. They gave us instructions for the road & also went out of the way to help us. P.s. - Basement parking is available for the guests. Highly recommended, if you are looking for a hotel that provides high quality service, but is not very expensive.

I actually booked the hotel in month of March for my friend as the hotel where I was staying was sold out. He waa complaining to me on it but when I was visited him I found The hotel location is nice as it I am in the city but the services are not at all good. ...... Product seems to look very shaby.... The room size looks very small.. People are nice but there is process failure.

Location wise it is in a busy traffic area. Close to Airport. Very good reception. Rooms are good. Spacious. Property could have been optimized by architecture. There are so many unused and empty spaces in every floor. Lifts are not meant for people in sizes like XXXL. Very tiny lifts. Breakfast was good. Nice varieties. Please serve some good quality bread. Bar is very good. Had some Chicken Kabab. I was fearing that chicken may be dipped in Chilly as it is found in many places of Andhra. But I was wrong. Taste was very good. I liked the unique way of serving the Kabab as the meat pieces were arrayed in a skewer and the steel rod was made to hang in a metal stand vertically. Some thing new. Good. Staff are very good and helpful. Over all experience was good.

I stayed here for one night with 2 of my friends and we were supposed to leave next day morning to catch a flight. The room and bathroom were good and clean. The staffs, including the room service staffs were very helpful and responsive. Excellent customer service. The wifi signal was strong and good. There was a good spread of breakfast and the food was delicious. There are many shops and malls nearby the hotel within walking distance. Will definitely come back here if I'm coming to Visakhapatnam again. Highly recommended!

In October-2018, I visited Ahmedabad on a business trip and stayed there at a five-star hotel for four nights. But the opulence, rooms, interiors, illuminations, service, courteous staff and food at Best Western Ramachandra, Vizag, was really very outstanding. This is one of the most beautiful hotels with beautiful peoples I have ever stayed. I will always remain grateful and indebted to all the staff-members, especially Mr Raju Yadav, Mr Mukesh and Mr. Abhinash for allowing me an early check-in at 7 am. And my best wishes for Mr Chaitanya, who arranged a beautiful cab for me at an eleventh hour for visiting the Borra caves. The location of this hotel is the best. They provide a big array of very delicious vegetarian breakfast items. The lobby, alley and everything here is spot clean. I suggest everyone to take advantage of this hotel... this is the value for money and a unique example of the warming hospitality.

We stayed here for a night. It was really a pleasent the staff took pretty much care of our needs. We did checkout early by 8:10am but the check-in for the hotel was 12 pm, but still they gave us check-in at 8:00 am . Plenty of dishes in buffet and waiter serviec was pretty much acceptable. Since year 2015 this is my preferrable stay in vizag. convenient location from airport if someone visiting vizag for business trip as the parwada industrial area is about 10 km from here so city traffic is avoided. All staff members are friendly and always be with smily face and supportive. A very good hotel with very clean and well maintained interiors! Located in a place where we can go any part of Vizag without any hassles. Surprised with the package I was offered. The restaurant doesn't offer Jain food so easily. That's the only issue I faced.

Called the hotel from the airport without any prior reservation and then the call was transferred to manager Raju Yadav who was very helpful in getting my room reservation. He did his best without any delay and provided me an early check-in too. Mr. Yadav is really a way above expectations. The moment you arrived you are pampered by every staff member. Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and was upgraded to the next level of the room. The breakfast was vast array of western and Eastern cuisine that filled you everyday. Everybody who works here has a smile and wanted to fill any requests. I had recommended this to anyone travelling for business or leisure. Should say Raju Yadav exceeded the expectations.

I stayed in best western Ramachandra with my family for a couple of days with the suggestion of one of my friends and looking at the reviews and the hotel really deserves it. The people at the hotel are very professional and their hospitality speaks. There was a sudden surprise at adithyam restaurant which was my birthday celebrations by the staff manager Santosh Reddy, Malli Babu and reception manager Raju Yadav. Should speak about Malli Babu who was in and around us and filled our stomach a variety of food. The hotel may be little far from the city but there is a travel desk which takes you access. The guests coming for the first time to an unknown place will surely look for a proper guide and mr. Raju Yadav did his best in guiding us with entire city tour. Personally appreciate Santosh, Malli Babu and Raju Yadav for there out standing hospitality. Keep up

Stayed at best western ramachandra for the first time since it is close to our company HPCL. The reception welcomed us with smiling faces which really made our welcome experience very good. Entered the hotel with expectations but the experience made us awesome. Rooms are pretty good and well maintained. We booked a banquets and rooms at The Best Western Ramachandra Hotel couple of days ago with the reference of the Manager Raju Yadav and i should say that my option is the best this time. I would like to express my entire family experience with the hotel. Came on a enagagement celebration and was wowed with the beautiful property and an excellent service we received. Mr Raju Yadav and the team went above and beyond to make the program full of surprises and memorable. The more i say about the property the less it is! and it lives up to its reputation. The moment you step in, the staff makes you feel like home. A little more about the place, i would like to mention about the food. It was really yummy and people loved it. The banquets was spacious which fits the people and never there was a delay in the service. One begins to experience the professional hospitality immediately upon entering the expansive property. Banquets is covered with a largest dinning hall and well maintained standards. Kudoos to the entire team. The Overall stylish ambiance speaks volumes of the management and its concern for the comfort of the visiting guests. Last but not the least A special appreciation to Raju Yadav... for making us to bond up with Best Western Ramachandra.

Recently due to wedding in steel plant I had to move from a very good hotel to best western as it's close to wedding venue. They have charged for 3 adults same price as charged by a world wide well reputed brand . I regret moving in here. the rooms are very small , the bathrooms and and toilets pretty small. The furniture need to replaced or at least cleaned properly. The hotel entrance mats need to be changed ,it's full of flies that shows your hospitality and cleanliness for incoming guests. The staff needs to be trained front desk , housekeeping everyone needs to undergo training. I have asked for room upgrade , they say we will give additional bed( this is upgrade for people at front desk) . The additional bed was very poor, it's joining of couple of mattress and there's a good gap in between, I have asked them for solution, they suggested they have only those beds.i have used additional bed in the earlier hotel where I have stayed I couldn't feel any difference between single mattress and a joint mattress. There is no complimentary breakfast provided for this price, which I enjoyed in the earlier hotel where I have stayed ( priced same). The room service was bit slow answering calls( had to wait for 7-8 rings for them to pickup ) The staff tried their best to make us comfortable but however we couldn't find the hotel comfortable. I am not sure if these are the standards maintained by best western in USA or any other part of the world. I understand this hotel is 7 years old, if you want to maintain the brand name you need to live up to expectations. If things are greeting old and worn out please replace them if replaceable or at least paint them to give a fresh and new look for guests . Thanks

This is a hidden gem in the sunrise city. The place is a hotel and a restaurant. Apparently it has many branches. I havent stayed here but been to restaurant three times, so gonna comment on that only. The restaurant is bit dark and gloomy as per me. Might be setting good mood for some. But its nice and quite inside will some old instrumental songs in the background. Food is really good and prices are little on the higher side. But they do cater for your personal taste and prefrences. Good buffet spread too.

My stay at this hotel was comfortable, Location wise this hotel is good if you are traveling for bussiness purpose but if you are on a holiday trip and love the beaches this may be a wrong choice, as it is far from all main beaches like R.K, Rushikonda. Food was average. Room were maintained well with cleanliness all over the hotel. The washroom I felt is quite conjusted. The staff is very polite and supportive. I stayed in BW ramchandra from 18 to 23 march 18. I chose to stay here because it was very near refinery and could reach in a few minutes after a hard Day's work. Every staff member from the front desk, lobby, f&b were very courteous and really tried to give service with a smile and went out of the way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Well trained staff like the lobby manager Mr.Raju, Customer relation staff like Mounika, Vennela, babita make all the customers feel very welcome and spread a feeling of warmth. The f&b section is being excellently looked after by Mr.santosh Reddy and his team. With lots of food variety to choose from. The entire team looks after each and every guest and Mr.Reddy does encourage them to go the extra mile to make the customers feel happy. I wish the very best to the young and dynamic team of best Western. May all their dreams come true. To the general manager: A big Thank You to you and your team for making my stay so pampered and comfortable...also one small request....please don't copy paste the same thank you message in response to this feedback...just kidding....

Best western is the closest place to where I stay/work and had manage provided a average/good business meal with their buffet every now and then. Our company had several trainings sessions also planned at this place which was good but ashamed to say some staff members are too nosy with what goes on rather than focusing on the service. Probably that would have cost a star from me. Next is the ancient spread to the buffet - maybe it's what's the majority demands but does not sit with me aligned. Since I came here first in 2013 to date - nothin much has changed in the spread. It's the same old thing every single day I was in the hotel. Probably 10-15 times for the year. Also they kind of always ignore my request serve extra scoop of ice cream at the buffet, which really annoyed me. Naan takes a really long time to get to your plate. No cheese naan option, nor that they want to get creative to try it. Considering all in all, the price customer pay, does not justify value. Place has lot of potential. It needs to see the service from customers POV. Took my wife in last Jul'17 for the first time for her, she was not wow about it and I wasn't surprised. Still it's the closest place , so I will visit time and again to fill my agenda gaps.

We were a group of 11 and booked 4 rooms here during the busy vacation week of December. We booked this hotel based on reviews from trip advisor and definitely we were not disappointed. To be honest, we got more than what we expected. The hotel is excellent, very well maintained, facilities are good. But most of all, diamond on the crown is their service. The staff is just superb !! and I am NOT exaggerating it here. I waited 15 days to make this statement, just for the initial excitement of the trip to fade away. But even now, looking back, this place is very good and makes your stay very comfortable. I don't have any negatives to mention even after thinking for sometime. Housekeeping - very very responsive and good work. Decent people. Room Service - We did not use much as we were a big group and went over to restaurant most of the time Maintenance - lobbies etc - very good Rooms, bath linen, bed, etc - very comfortable and clean Food - They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We are pure vegetarian, they treated us very well and ensured there is no mix up and took care very very well. Food is very tasty and even kids had a proper fill. I had recently visited Vizag and stayed at BW Ramachandra between 25-Dec & 28-Dec. The hotel is very well maintained, rooms were very nice and the food was great!! The best part of our stay has been the interaction & support we received from the staff of BW Ramachandra. Each of them have been extremely courteous, caring, friendly and attentive. I do not recollect every individual name, but some of them were as follows - Mr.Hemasunder, Miss Mounica and Mr. Satish. We had booked 4 rooms since we went there on a hoint family trip and were a good number of people. So this has been a very pleasant experience as a family for all of us. I would strongly recommend this hotel for people visiting Vizag.

Good to stay for visit to Vizag industry area. Although at a very crowded area but inside the room its peaceful. There is no bar in this hotel, hence it goes slightly negative for hotel. Staff is friendly but sometimes check out process is quite delayed

We have celebrated my sister's Engagement function & Marriage Reception in this hotel and this is the only place in Gajuwaka where the ambiance is very good and has a great food. The room was very nice and internet worked well. Hotel is safe and clean. They will NOT let you cancel a room,, very strict. When I tried to cancel (shorten stay) Best Western USA and hotel said something different. I find that Best Western hotels are very hard to have a late cancellation.

We moved to Vizag from U.S. 2 months ago and booked here for ten days of our stay while we looked for apartment etc. Since my husband' s work was in the pharma city, we had to look for a place closer to it and needless to say, we were not at all disappointed with BW Ramachandra. The people at the reception were very nice and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, well Kemp and clean. Housekeeping was a bit slacking on some days but if you call and ask, it was done ASAP. The rooms do not boast of any view as the hotel is right in the middle of the main market but transportation is readily available here and it is a big plus. Their taxi service is great and drivers are very polite. You can also get auto as you come out from the gate. The food is very good and is not really hot. They serve quite a variety food-wise. And most importantly your tummy remains happy after eating. It is far away from the popular R.K. Beach and the closest beach from here will be Yarada beach. This hotel is most common for people who stay for business due to its proximity from the steel plant and pharma city but even families can easily stay here. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has to stay in this part of Vizag.

I'll keep this one short. Stayed there for two nights on our way to and from Vizag, due to it's proximity to the airport. We were six adults and two children in three double rooms. Well appointed rooms, clean bathrooms & excellent service (always with a smile). The only reason for not giving it an additional star is the food - the buffet breakfast could do with some more non-vegetarian items and the mutton preparation served during dinner was below the high levels of expectation set by the hotel. Otherwise, I have no hesitation at all in recommending this hotel. All the best to the entire team who made our stay enjoyable as well as memorable!

Hi Team BWR, There was requirement for me to be in Vizag for three weeks on official duty. I have chosen to stay at BWR, Gajuwaka, view being familiar with the BWR staff during many visits in the past. Though, this is my first stay at BWR, unlike oither hotels, BWR needs to gear up seriously to meet the specific and general requirement sof customers. My review intends to highlight the areas BWR, Gajuwaka needs to focus for improvisation and does not hold any complaints against anybody. Apart from the conventional good good review, this review is a whistle blower to the management to go-Ahead and take decisions on a faster track. Following observed during my last 10 days:- 1. Fitness Center: One will agree with me that, in todays world, the degree of importance given to fitness is of goes without discussion. The exisiting fitness infrastrcture at BWR, Gajuwaka is outdated as it does not cover all aspects of specific work outs. This infrastructure needs improvisation by replacement. I have personally suggessted to Mr Mukesh and Mr Srikanth to put up this point to the management. Further, the maintainance of the Fitness room is not being carried out, as its smeeling of fungus/ foul odour. 2. Service: Certain by default services and items which are supposed to be available in the Hotel Room are missing. Same are being reminded by the custome to reception staff for its availability. This should not be allowed to happen. For example, my room was not provided with fruit basket, Cookies, Dry Fruits, Foot Wear for Was Room, Adequate toiletaries, No HD Channels in the subscribed channels, substandard door mat for was room, no hair drier, comb etc. I am being specific, as my intension is to make you all aware that the customer should not bother about all these small issues. Further, its very difficult to keep asking each and more of such basic but very essential requirements with the BWR staff whilst we are preparing for the daily buisness or appointments. I am sure the BWR staff at Gajuwaka has suffient No. of personnel to handle this kind of deficiency to ensure comfortable stay, instead of hearing from your Staff everytime I come across "Sir, How are you? Are you comfortable?". 3. Quality of Food. I am sure the Cheff hired has been doing a commendable job since a coule of years I have known hi personally. However, there are certain receipies which needs improvisation in the "Buffet". II always used to prefer Ala-kate and would have very few times opted for Buffet due to the simple reason I personally feel that, most of the dishes are prepared as if there was no time and the dish has to be on the Buffet table or the Cheff is ignoring certain Modus of Operandi in preparation of the same. I found most of the Buffet dishes, beat continental, Chinese or Indian/Moglai lacked focused preparation, as some would taste of raw masala which would affect the preceeding day of the customer. I hope, the dedication displayed by the Cheff in the Ala-kat menu is also shown in preparation of Buffet dishes. 4. Spa. The services at spa can be marked as average. BWR must employ more qualified Therapist. Again communication of BWR reception staff failed/is not appreciated towards arranging appointment of the Therapist with the customer leading to the inconvenience of the customer at the end. 5. Distinction. Finally would like to conclude that, a customer staying in the Hotel should be offered a distinctive treatment of hospitality by the BWR whether its restaurent, Fitness center, Spa area etc staff so as to make his stay more comfortable. Instead, the customer who is committed to stay in the hotel with is being neglected at time, may due to the inadequate instructions by the BWR staff to the lower management and personnel on ground. In the absence of improper communication and inadequate clarity as to how to provide special attention to the customers residing at BWR, Gajuwaka, inconvenience at the cost of the oprice paid is bound to affect the customer resulting in such lenghty review. I would like to make a mention that General Manager to look into the review issues brought out above for a suitabel action. Intervention by the GM only can change the exisiting trend at BWR, Gajuwaka WIshing BWR, Gajuwaka speedy improvements Success and bright future. KPS

I stayed in this hotel during my short trip to Visakhapatnam. It is conveniently located from airport. The staff was very polite and cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean. Food was nice. Breakfast has variety, but there is scope for improvement.

We have stayed in Best Western Ramachandra as we have chosen vishakhapatnam as one of our stops during our road travel from Mausynram (Meghalaya) to Kerala as part of our Discovery network work. We had a relaxing stay over there. Hotel staffs, especially Vijay was very cordial and all the staffs are courteous. The service is of top quality. The location of this hotel is very good for road travellers as it is very close to NH5 . Also it is near to the airport. Overall standard of this hotel is very high and maintain the three star hotel quality. Last but not the least, the food quality is also very good. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone as the room tariffs are also reasonable.

We stayed here on a quick visit to Vizag. The property is in the bustling suburb of vizag (gajuwaka). The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable with all the necessary items included. The breakfast in the morning is awesome spread of south indian and western items, we loved it!. The hotel is practical for sightseeing, shopping and also close to the airport. There are many malls, shopping complexes and eateries with in walk able distance of this hotel.

Mr. Prabhat at restaurant and Mr.Hema Sundar at front office needs mention here. 4 stars for location-closer to pharma city and other industries. 3 stars for in room amenities (or lack of it) you expect from hotels at this price point and lack of deep cleaning of single seat sofa. (This is the only area of improvement for this lovely property).

This was my first stay here and I booked 5 rooms for friends wedding... Frankly I didnt had much expectations and thought it would be just another stay at a 3star hotel... But from the moment I stepped to the time I checked out , the service levels are top notch and equivalent to that of 5 star properties.... The staff are genuinely concerned about the cusomers and are always happy to help with a smile. rooms are spacious and they had a salon too with reasonable pricing and again with excellent service. I have stayed in BW Ramachandra over the period of 10 months. From August'16 to April 17 i stayed over there.But i didnt received the reedem points for my stay and the help desk persons also not convey any information about this reward points. They added the reward points for my colleague who stayed with me, but they not added the points for myself. While i enquiring they told that the reward points were unable to process since they missed,although they have the system with the detail information about all our travel details and it can be easily traceable for adding the points. When we asked about the points they assure to add it in our account, but they didnt do that.

Stayed for 3 nights on my business trip to Vizag. Very clean & well-furnished rooms. Despite the hotel's central / busy location in the city, I could sleep peacefully without any disturbance/noise. Got a very popular restaurant serving fantastic food with very attentive staff (esp. Mr Prabhat and Mr Durga Naveen - a very talented chef). Best Western is definitely definitely value for money hotel. A more than 3 star rating hotel, very decent rooms with amenities like tea coffee makers, mini bar, nice and cozy beds. The staff is excellent! Very good in room service. The only negative about this hotel is since it is in the heart of city in a crowded area, the views from any room are only buildings and roads! Food quality is very good! They do not have a bar in the hotel. Overall a nice stay experience! Highly recommend from me!

Sorry am late to write the review! I actually took the stay in Best Western Ramachandra hotel on new year's eve. I had booked at the last moment and my plans were changed. I was unsure if my new year's eve would be the best or a disaster! Ijust took a risk. But the outcome was awesome!!!! I had the best New Years eve in this hotel. Me and my Wife had really good time! The service was outstanding, I was so pleased by the hospitality (so very pleased). The rooms were brilliant. The manager ensured the new year celebration was awesome (i loved when he personally came and made the things very entertaining). Overall i would rate 15 out of 10 !!! (5+ as I am so very much pleased/happy. Food was amazing!!!!! Ambiance was amazing!!! Service was amazing !!! Everything was just amazing!!! Thank you Best Western Ramachandra Hotel!!

It was awesome stay, the team had been exceptional in there hospitality and special thanks to Mr Shankar for special care. Located near to Airport, no need to step out for anything. Only thing need to improve is food

My husband and I love this hotel for many reasons the location couldn't be better. Close to the malls, and all the commerce. The hotel is very affordable, , nice restaurant(i love their food! and the option of buffet) breakfast. I love the sound proof windows, the a nice, room very comfortable, The staff id so friendly, so helpful as well as the main manager, Komar, always trying to help us in al the ways. The hotel is super clean and you can trust in their hygiene to prepare food. I highly recommend!

Stay with good facilities and nice spa, workout etc. They have a pleasant place to sit out employees wishes the guests and more interactive towards to the people. They also have good facilitating services.

Nice Ambiance and good food. Service is wonderful and hygienic conditions. Accessible as it is on main road. Good rooms and very good staff. My first choice at Visakhapatnam or Gajuwaka. Best hotel to visit.

I had the pleasure of staying at Best western Ramachandra for five days around old year night. Hotel staff is down to earth , very receptive and quick to respond. The place was very well kept and as clean as two years ago when I spent some time there. Like many other towns in India Gajuwaka is getting very busy, nevertheless the place is like a sanctuary for those to who wish to enjoy holiday. I live in Trinidad, West indies. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends.

I visited Vizag for the India v England test match. My stay at BW Ramachandra was delightful in every way. The front of house staff offer exceptional customer service, and are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is fantastic; special mentions for the chef who makes the breakfast omelette and the evening buffet which was a treat for a vegetarian like me, offering a wide range of different delicious dishes, many of which I had not eaten before. Last but not least, the driver arranged by the hotel, Ramun (apologies if I have misspelled his name) was excellent, making sure we arrived at the cricket on time every day, whatever the traffic, guiding us to Vizag's sights and looking after us around the city. Many thanks to everyone for making our visit truly unforgettable.

This is my fourth time visit at Vizag....but always prefer to stay at Ramachandra Western (Whether its new one or old Best Western Ramachandra). The preferance is given to BWR becoz they are taking care of my all comfertness at every level. The staffs are very helpful and friendly in nature. Now here we comes with services or quality of rooms...as far as rooms are concern all are well modernise and well equipped. The only concern is bathroom its little bit small in size. A hotel with fitness club and restaurant located at Gajuwaka a bit away from main city. The wow factor of this hotel is its restaurant having delicious food quality and excellent services. Special thanks to chef who prepared special food for me without Egg (I'm allergic to EGG) to enjoy utmost. All the staffs at Restaurant are very nice specially Mr. Ballu...Thumps Up to all your well trained staffs and word of appreciation to your Asst. Front Office Manager (Mr. E. Mukesh) for his special attention. I am writing this review from my hotel room number 205 I mean currently I'm inside the hotel BWR and enjoying the Sunny Sunday..My stay at vizag is from 19th November to 23rd November 2016. Keep it up BWR....
