    « Enjoyed our stay! »

Stopped here on our road trip. The hotel was conveniently located not too far from the freeway but close to all the amenities of Twin Falls. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and spa were very welcome after a day of driving. The hotel and room were clean. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was not the hotel's fault but a family outside our room at nearly 1 am making a lot of noise.

« Want your room cleaned, not here. »

Early the morning after the first night, I placed the sign on the outside on the outside of door, "Please make up this room". Returned to our room late that night. The sign was still there, and the room had not been touched. Called front desk, no answer. Went down to front desk. I asked if there was something special we need to do to get our room cleaned. She said, "Let housekeeping know". I told her we had the sign on the outside of the door. She said, "Oh, that doesn't work. You have to tell them personally." I asked how you are suppose to do that when you are gone all day. No response. No one was available to clean the room either. We got towles, trash bags and coffee from her. We cleaned our own room, and had to take our trash back down to the breakfast area. When I explained to the manager the next morning what had happened, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry". They post "Gluten Free items available". They had no clue about gluten free. When I asked for their gluten free items, they directed me to the bread. No, it was all regular bread. They told me there was no gluten in their bread that the first ingredient was wheat. They finially checked the freezer and found a loaf of bread labeled gluten free. That was it for gluten free breakfast items, bread. One of the ladies did cook me a couple of fresh eggs, but they were raw. I had to zap them in the microwave.

Good hotel, above average for an american hotel breakfast. Clean room. Quiet. Hotel is conveniently located in the center of town not far from the freeway, college or other businesses. Good size swimming pool and hot tub.

    « Great getaway »

Went for a night of vacation and definitely had a great time away from home! I will always come back any time I'm in twin falls! The Jacuzzi in the room was more satisfying than expected. Can't brat any of it.

« Very Pleased with Our Stay »

This was a great choice -- low price, nice clean rooms, comfortable space and great attention to detail. The breakfast was outstanding! Three kind of creamer for the coffee, dairy, nondairy and flavored; two waffle machines, regular and mini; ceramic dishes, no paper; and food that was still hot when you got seated. Also pet-friendly, with a $20 charge.

    « Pleasant, Clean, Quiet »

Sum total of check in time from when I walked in the door to when I had the key was around thirty seconds. Nicely appointed room with a late model 43" flat screen and a Lazy Boy.. Room had small microwave and refrigerator and a single cup coffee maker. Usual but adequate breakfast fare and a free newspaper. Wife liked the pillows and easy wall plug for my CPAP. Normally this is a three star hotel but the fact that it was clean, quiet, and everything worked got it the extra star. It's nice to have a better than expected experience.

    1
« Not the best Best Western »

We stayed here overnight on a trip to see family. We have stayed here before and I would have rated it a 3-4. However this time we had a room that smelled very musty. The air conditioner was extremely noisy going on and off and woke us up multiple times in the night. Bed was very hard. Can't speak to the breakfast as we were awakened so early that we decided to leave before breakfast was served. We travel this way fairly often and will try a different hotel next time. Use this one as a last resort. Also wifi was terrible.

« My coworker was disappointed »

I stay in this chain quite often. I put myself and a co worker in the Twin Falls location because every other hotel was sold out. My coworker was very disappoited. For the rate we were charged it was disappointing.

    4
    « Always a great choice »

I have stayed here over 30 nights this year. A very reliable hotel with friendly staff, quiet rooms and very good location. I have two suggested improvements to add a star. One peeve is the housekeeping carts in the halls at all hours of the day. The other is that for a BW Plus hotel, the pillows are really bad. The little square ones that are wither really hard or crushed foam bits. If they change those things, this would be excellent.

    4
    « Great stay »

Great place. Nice quick breakfast. Comfortable beds. Nice size rooms. It's a great location on the main strip in close proximity to restaurants and stores. I stayed here multiple times and will be back.

    « Enjoyed Our Stay »

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff who are ready and willing to help you with anything you need help with, a lovely room that is clean and nicely decorated, a fridge that has a separate freezer, a microwave, a comfy bed, fast internet, an iron and ironing board and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices of items and several choices of toppings for the make your own waffles. They use real dishes and silverware - nothing plastic which I have never encountered before.

    5
« Happy with the hotel »

The hotel was very clean. The employees were kind and helpful. Our room was in good order and we got a good rest. We enjoyed the breakfast. The location was relaxing and peaceful. We were travelling with my 100 year old mother so the breakfast at the hotel was most helpful. We did not have to search for a restaurant for breakfast.

    4
    « Great Customer Service »

I have had many experiences with this business throughout its existence in my home town. Each and every one of them have been pleasant, they have been noted around the area for their customer service and cleanliness. From my experience, you are always in for a great time when you stay here.

    3
    « Big change-not for the better »

We stayed here a year ago and I was very pleased with the hotel. This year-not so much. First, the good: lots of TV channels to choose from and the bed was fine. Breakfast was OK with all the standard choices. Now, the bad: the carpet was dirty and stained; the grout around the tub enclosure had pealed away and was a rust color. The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi; as in, it didn't work. It was sporadic at first then quit completely and was still not up in the morning. I would consider another property the next time I am in Twin Falls.

    3
    « Clean and safe »

The hotel rates are reasonable for this establishment and the breakfast is nicely done. Rooms are clean and quiet; however, the hotel is well loved and needs some sprucing up. The staff is mostly friendly except for an older gentleman behind the front desk who was having a conversation with another front staff person. It appeared to be a conversation that should have taken place in private. It made me a bit uncomfortable.

    5
« Two thumbs up for Twin Falls »

I recently made a cross country road trip and stayed here in my way home. Twin Falls is a very nice city and this Best Western is the nicest one I've ever stayed at overnight. The room was very large, in an L shape, and it had 2 king size beds. On top of the very nice accommodations there is a superb staff who were more than friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong staying here.

    4
    « Comfortable and Coookies »

The hotel was easy to find and had easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and had a good sense of humor. The breakfast buffet was nice. Thanks for the afternoon cookies!

    4
« great hotel well located »

I love the breakfast, convenient location and 24/7 pool and spa. it's a great choice when staying in Twin falls, you can walk to the movie theater, mall and the canyon rim trail and bridge. You will have plenty of accessible restaurant also nearby.

    3
« Average Best Western, expected more for $125 »

Nice rooms, nice staff, no parking beneath the canopy which means a wet bike in the morning. (HOG member.) The wifi/internet sucks and barely maintained connection for google maps, and very poor selection of TV channels. Hot tub didn't feel like it was 104 degrees, bath tub warm, but not the requisite temp for hot tub sanitation.

    5
    « Quality Hotel »

This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Has a great pool with hot tub plus a hot and delicious breakfast. This was our first stay in the Twin Falls area and we will definitely be choosing Best Western again.

  • 5
    « Great accomodations »

This hotel clean, inviting, comfortable; the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Their breakfast selections are more than you can choose from :-). The location of eating area is clean, easily located, bright and spacious. The staff of the hotel is more than willing to accommodate you with any and all needs. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious with internet and work area, very comfortable bed.

    3
    « Great pool »

The pool and hot tub are a great place to relax but the staff needs to work on customer service they are not very friendly and if you want to sleep in make sure you put the do not disturb sign on the door and lock it or housekeeping will wake you up at 6 am with a quick knock and walk in .That being its close to home and a good place to get away

    1
    « BIG disappointment »

This place is in the top ten worst values I have encountered. The cooling unit sounded like a jet airplane in the room, the postage stamp bathroom and noisy windows were indicative of how dated it is, but that didn't stop the owners from charging a price one would expect in a new modern luxury hotel. However, although the check in staff were less than accommodating and personable, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

    5
« Great hotel & Extreamly Pet Friendly! »

This hotel is in a great location, has a very friendly staff, is pet friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel. Very close to the highway & easy access to the dog walking area.

    5
« Great, Great place to stay »

Stayed over one night and everything went smooth from the check in to breakfast and check out. Awesome room with 2 queen beds also had a recliner chair and very nice microwave/fridge area. Very happy I stayed there.

    4
« Road trip to Yellowstone National Park & Grand Tetons »

This was a one- night stay on our way to Montana and Wyoming. It was very accommodating and comfortable. Having an elevator to use at our age was a huge plus. The breakfast room was cheerful and the breakfast was very delicious and filling! The staff was very helpful and professional.

    3
    « Average »

We stayed @Best western plus twin falls for one night on our way to Yellowstone. The hotel is at a good location, good ambience. Unfortunately the room in which we stayed, the shower was not working properly, and the breakfast was average too. Not impress with our stay.

    4
    « mini honeymoon »

We go to Twin Falls 4 or 5 times a year and always stay at this hotel. The pool is open 24 hrs breakfast is great in the morning. Plus warm fresh cookies at check in in the afternoon. It is close to shopping, restaurants. The beds are comfy

    4
« Good comfortable room & friendly service. »

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located in the surprisingly busy Twin Falls area. The friendly and efficient front desk clerk responded to our question, "Where's a good place for dinner?" by directing us to a nearby steakhouse and added, "Tell them you are staying here. They will give you 10% off with your room key presented." Sure enough. Jaker's gave us the discount. (See my review of Jaker's.) Even after Labor Day, the hotel seemed nearly or genuinely fully booked on a Thursday with parking slots becoming rare so we walked the few blocks to dinner. A good number of other options are nearby, too. I used the hotel pool in the morning and had it to myself. The continental breakfast was of Plus standard: scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, various breads, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereals, and coffee. I believe we got a local paper left outside the room, too. Coffee maker in the room. Using TA reviews, I booked this hotel over several others in the area. No complaints and a restful one night stay on a 12 day road trip.

    4
    « 2-night vacation stay »

We picked this hotel because of its location which appeared to be central to everything we wanted. this hotel has a nice outside appearance as well as a neat and clean look on the inside. Our room was clean and spacious, front desk staff very pleasant. Make sure that you go to the visitors center, just a few blocks away, to get info on the sights to see, most are just a short drive away. If your a golfer Canyon Springs is a must, 5 to 10 min's dist. from the hotel. You can see this course from the bridge going over the snake river.

« First Stay Great Impression »

This was our first stay at this location and we would definitely stay again. It was clean and located nicely to travelers headed out the next day as to location of freeways. We had had a grueling day of travel getting there and were pleasantly surprised to find the room we had rented had a jacuzzi tub. We travel by motorcycle and had a 40-50 degree day of travel in wind gusts of 40 mph. The tub helped us warm up and wind down.

    2
« Nice Staff Worst Pillows »

Awesome night desk staff (one woman). Room was clean and spacious. Thread bear linens, old thin towels and the lumpiest pillows I have ever encountered. If you don't care about towels, bed linens and pillows you will do find. I also did not care for cleaning staff carts being left out in the halls all night. I understand that people may need things from housekeeping during there stay, but leave just cart available for staff to assist guests instead of leaving a big cart to impede emergency exits should evacuation be necessary.

    3
« Definately just an average room. »

There was nothing special about this Best Western. I have no badmouth to say other than there are far better choices in that area but no vacancy there. I will know to book earlier in my plans and if I end up back here at least I will know what to expect.

    4
    « Nice pool! »

The pool was spotlessly clean, large and had a very large hot tub. Nice room, everything clean and tidy. Nice leather recliner too! Impressive. Breakfast was very crowded and ran out of several items. Overall a nice place to stay

    5
« Nice place to lay my head »

We were on a whirlwind to trip to Cheyenne Wyo. BW in Twin Falls was chosen because to its location during the trip. No problem in making arrangements or finding the hotel. One complaint - not enough handicapped parking close to the entrances.

    3
« Twin Falls Best Western »

Mediocre hotel. Bathroom was clean however my pillowcases had hairs on them from a previous guest! I was also suspicious that the sheets had not been changed since they appeared wrinkled and did not have that crisp feeling they sometimes have when they are freshly laundered.

    5
« Great Place to Stay »

Best Western was our hotel during a trip back to Wa State. Not only do they welcome your pet - they don't charge any fees like other hotels. Will always stay there from now on while traveling. Excellent staff, very clean, lots of amenities and great free breakfast.

    « Motorcycling Overnight Stay »

Stopped overnight here enroute from PA to OR in Sept. 2016, with an advance reservation. Very pleased with the handy location to restaurants and grocery store. Helpful staff. Clean room and everything worked! Very good breakfast. I would stay here again. Great idea to have the indoor pool open 24 hrs/day. Thanks.

    4
« Nice stay & good value for the price! »

Very large room, comfortable king bed, and a sofa. The room was clean and quiet. The sink was plumbed backwards, i.e. The hot & cold were reversed. The breakfast was plentiful, metal knives and spoons but plastic forks. Strange! The breakfast staff should get a food thermometer. Some of the food items seemed to be well below the proper food holding temperature even though in electric steam table dishes. The bacon was sliced paper thin. Overall, a very good value.

    4
    « near shoshone Falls »

Not to far from Shoshone Falls.... Staff was very nice..Nice size room, clean hotel.. Nice town, lots of places to eat & shop.. Bed was good..Pillows alittle harder then I like.. A/C was ok,alittle loud.. Breakfast average..

  • 4
« Clean not so comfortable »

We had a king pet friendly room. The room was clean and up to date. Loved the overstuffed recliner. The bed was not comfortable and you could feel every movement of the other person. Breakfast was plentiful and ok. Close to everything. Eat at Jakers if you get an opportunity. Pet area was large and clean with doggy waste bags available.

    4
« Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with a good breakfast. »

The check in was pre booked as a part of a tour. On arrival I was identified, give a key and directed toa room on the third floor. The room was clean and spacious with the a/c running and the room cool and ready to occupy. The bathroom was small but not cramped, clean, and well maintained. Overnight the room did become a bit hot and stuffy, but when we opened the window this was solved. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. Room was equipped with coffee making, table & chair and a lounge chair. TV was available but not used. WiFi was free. Pool and spa were near reception and heated. No restaurant on site, but plenty of food nearby ( walking distance). Buffet hot and continental breakfast was provided

    4
    « Needs a little updating »

Nice location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Only one bar of soap, but there was a shampoo, conditioner and bath gel dispenser. But it was attached for shower use above eye level which made it difficult to use when taking a bath and trying to wash hair. And the conditioner was just about empty after having to pump it several times. No gluten free bread option for breakfast. But breakfast nice otherwise.

    5
« Great Place to Stay! »

I stopped here during a cross country drive and had a great stay. The location was convenient and there was ample parking. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. I'd definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Comfortable get away. »

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel was extremely busy over the Labor Day weekend but we heard very little noise from the surrounding rooms or other guests. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The Jacuzzi was a nice feature that allowed us to relax after a busy day with the granddaughter. The breakfast was good with a lot of food choices. The staff was courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Great service, clean. »

Always pleased. Friendly polite staff. Clean, can relax, Not noisy. After working 12hrs. I could go to sleep in a clean comfy bed. Continental breakfast was great, pool and spa too. Will be coming back again

    4
    « Worked Well »

Stayed one night while traveling. Hotel was very busy and parking filled up quickly. Room was very clean but very narrow access into and out of the room making it a little challenging to get suitcases into the room. Overall stay was very acceptable. Attendant at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

    3
« Good road trip stop »

My husband and I were traveling across the states for a military move and this was one of our better stops, the room was average size, clean, good space considering we had two dogs and a large crate. The customer service was excellent, we needed a fridge didn't have one and they gave us one from another room. The pool was nice open later. It was also within walking distance to food and had a large parking lot and grass area for our dogs to run. I would stay here again.

    3
« Friendly staff but room needed some upkeep »

Nice big pool. Breakfast was normal for a Best Western plus. I've had better; I've had worse. Carpet in room was buckled and hair dryer was broken. I like Best Westerns, so would stay here again.. Hopefully next time the room will be better.

    5
    « Very Nice »

We decided to get out of town for our anniversary so we decided on Twin Falls. We booked a room at this Best Western and it was the right thing to do. Everything was great. Breakfast was fresh, the desk staff was friendly and helpful, this property had a large Jacuzzi and nice pool that was open 24hrs, the bed was comfy, and the shower had great pressure.

  • 5
    « Great Clean Hotel »

We have found during our National Parks Tour of the West that consistently Best Western Hotels have been very nice at reasonable prices. If you stay here make sure you eat at Canyon Crest Dining and if the weather is nice sit on the outside porch for the view of your life.

    5
« Snake River Area Hotel »

On arrival the desk was well attended with two staff to check guests in quickly. They provided good suggestions for dining. The room was very nice with newer furnishings. Sink was located separately in main room. No road noise. Soaps, conditioner, and shampoo in shower were liquid dispensers with high quality aloe products. Television had many channel choices, but they were intermixed with unavailable channels. Buffet Breakfast was much above average...two waffle makers, eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits, gravy, bacon, great sweet rolls, many fruits toppings for waffles, cereals included a good granola.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Very Nice hotel, Nice room. I stayed in the King suit with Jacuzzi- yes it was a Jacuzzi not just a hot tub by another name. Very comfortable Bed. I will stay again and again. One of my favorite stops in Idaho

    4
    « Very comfortable! »

Friendly place. Very comfortable room. Even had a recliner. The lighting was better than most hotels. Comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed a great nights rest. Breakfast was average. There were hot choices as well as cold choices.

    3
« Stayed here on the way to our destination and on the way back »

Overall a clean hotel. Room was large, had all the amenities it advertises, a pool, refrigerator & microwave, free wifi and HBO. Easy in and out. But beware the complimentary Full Breakfast - cooked food was greasy and bland; the coffee pretty bad. Recommend the fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt, if anything. We stayed a second night but went elsewhere for breakfast.

    5
    « Wonderful hotel »

We stayed 3 nights in the most comfortable bed. The room was very clean and quiet. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Our room was on the third floor and thank goodness there is an elevator. Sometimes it takes a little while for the elevator to get up to the third floor, but it is a large hotel and very busy. The breakfast was good. Too bad that the room isn't a bit larger, limited seating, but worth it. Scrambled eggs, sausage bacon, biscuits and gravy, plus fruit, yogurt, and make your own waffles. There also is cereal, juice and lots of coffee. Real plates if you make it to the breakfast room early enough. Plenty to eat, and plenty to items to choose from. Swimming pool is so nice, not too warm. The hot tub also isn't so hot that you feel like you are being boiled. We definitely will be back next year. As a senior, I am very picky on where I stay. The only complaint is that the computer internet service is SLOW. But on vacation so didn't really care.

    5
    « Great Hotel! »

We enjoyed our stay so much that we chose it again on our way home from our vacation. The pool and hot tub are great. The breakfast is satisfying and has many things to choose from. I will plan to stay here again if traveling through the area.

    3
    « Don't Go for the Internet »

We chose the BW because we were meeting family there and were traveling with children. The rates are a little higher than we would like to pay with kids but other family members had reserved their room there. They ran out of some of the breakfast items on Friday morning, had the absolute worst internet issues and uncomfortable beds. The pool and hot tub is nice and open 24 hours, that was the big plus. Be careful getting into the pool though, they have smooth tile on the steps in between the rougher areas. I slipped and have huge bruises on my side where I hit the steps.

    3
    « Decent Hotel »

We didn't realize how booked everything would be when we hit the road and ended up at a Best Western. It was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very quiet for something sold out and the room was clean and comfortable. It smelled a tiny bit like smoke but it was late and I was tired! I will say the next morning they were not prepared at all in the breakfast area. My husband couldn't even get a cup of coffee. But overall a decent night stay.

    4
« great pool, good location »

clean; comfortable bed, pillows, and linens; hot shower with good water pressure; refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron & board. but what sets this apart is the large and not-too-cold, delightful pool -- perfect for swimming laps. breakfast is typical; we walked to the nearby Wynnco grocery store to get healthier fare. a good mex restaurant across the street at the nearest intersection, plus an array of shopping and other restaurants, with the twin falls gorge, visitors center, and base-jumping bridge within walking distance. animal-friendly. only downside is a lack of communal space for holding family reunions/ multiple families.

  • 4
    « Very comfortable! »

I have never been a Best Western customer but will be from now on. The air conditioner in the room was easy to operate and cooled without freezing. The room was beyond clean, and I was very pleased with the amenities. I will definitely stay here again during my next cross-country trip.

    4
« Nice place to stop over in Twin Falls »

Nice hotel in Twin Falls. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Good full breakfast (eggs, waffles, biscuits & gravy, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, pastry, coffee, hot chocolate. Real plates. Rooms were nice and spacious.

    4
« Great value Great location »

This hotel had me at the hot fresh cookies when I walked in! As well the pool is open 24/7. The rooms are standard best western plus style so you know exactly what to expect...nice big room, comfortable bed and free wifi. One perk as well to this hotel is the super comfortable rocking chair in the room. If you are coming to twin falls, which I would recommend as there are really cool things to see, treat yourself and stay at this hotel.

    5
    « vacation »

we were passing through Twin Falls on our way to Vegas, stayed the night at the Best Western, room was above and beyond,Staff were very nice and professional, great value and breakfast was great!,recommend to all!

    « 4 Nights in Twin Falls »

Our stay in Twin Falls was made pleasant by our stay at the Best Western. We received an excellent rate for our 4 nights while the room was clean and neat as well as quiet. We didn't need a lot of amenities as we had many activities planned in the area with family as well as just the two of us. The location is ideal being close to everything we wanted to get to. Don't expect frills, but for the price we were very satisfied that we got our money's worth.

    4
« Great Pool and Nearby Food »

The pool at this hotel is awesome! My kids loved it!! The front desk was kind enough to place us in a room that was right next to our car since we had a SUPER early wake-up time. We were unable to use our breakfast vouchers because we were leaving too early but the vouchers were good for partial credit towards dinner at a brew pub across the street. We had a nice dinner there. The room was clean and basic. If we are passing through this area again we will certainly stay here.

    4
    « Big plus »

The big plus for us in this hotel was the kitchenette. It was great to be able to cook our own meal for two nights. The room itself was clean, the beds comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small, but the TV on the other hand big. Nice swimmingpool, standard breakfast. No fresh fruit.

    4
    « Nice Hotel »

The hotel looks good. Swimming pool is open 24/7. Rooms were clean and updated. Bathrooms were functional but not the nicest looking. The room temperature was great. We had the 3 queen beds room and it was extremely comfortable. Beds were great. I have a back problem but these beds were great. All the Best Western Plus' seem to have these nice beds. We enjoyed our stay here.

« Double Check your Reservation »

I made reservations for $99 a night for a visit in July. In May I get a phone call from the hotel wondering if I will be checking in that night. They had told me the reservation was for July, but made it for May instead. They also sent the confirmation to the wrong email. When I told them they made a mistake, they corrected the reservation, but told me on the phone that the rate would be $109. When I finally arrived in July, the rate was $119. The lady on the phone had made another mistake. This time they sent me a confirmation email, but the only information in it was the confirmation number. No rate information. They also refused to own up to either of the mistakes. I guess the moral of the story is to review all reservation information in writing and don't trust the clerk on the phone.

« Good room for the money and nice pool »

Nice pool for indoors without too much chlorine odor. Room had some small issues, but when brought to housekeeping they were fixed immediate. Close to all the necessities in town. Staff was very friendly and helpful

« Best of the Best »

Best Western has aways been a super nice place to stay. I like this particular motel, it's worth your time to check this one out, You will not be disappointed at all. There are two motels in Columbus that I'm aware of, so be sure to book early, they fill quickly.

    2
    « Dirty bed linens »

Arriving after driving over 600 miles and find the reservation was off by one day, was a distressing problem. Pulling back the bedspread (dirty) and finding the linens were obviously used and dirty was the worst.

    « Nice Place »

We have stayed at this hotel before on our trips through Idaho. Easy to walk to many stores and food places. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast with many choices . Very friendly staff. Nice warm cookies at the check in counter are always fresh. a Plus!

    « TWIN FALLS STAY »

A nice, comfortable place to stay with predictable comforts. It's good to know a clean room with a good location can be counted on. I had no problems at check-in and staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was something to count on and one knew what was available, something that saves time upon checking out.

« Best hotel value of our trip »

Excellent room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, great pool. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay there again the next time we are in the Twin Falls area. Will highly recommend this motel to our friends.

« Close to the Snake River Canyon »

Nice hotel, clean rooms, two story without elevator, indoor pool was 24 hour and adults only after 10pm which reduced the echo from the pool area. Easy walking distance to the Snake River canyon and visitor center next to the bridge. Easy directions by car to see the falls up river Lots of shopping nearby too

    5
    « Great trip »

I always enjoy staying at the Twin Fall Hotel. I like the use of plates at breakfast so not so much paper waste. I also like the use of containers for lotion/shampoo etc instead of small bottles. It saves plastic and it is a convenient way to have the different lotions available.

    5
« Best Western Plus Twin Falls outstanding! »

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The check in well staffed, so it was a breeze. Multiple security access provides for quick entry near your room. They had the most baggage carts, and all were new and nimble, easy to pull or push! Easy access off/on the interstate, and be sure to stop at the river bridge overlook.

    4
« Decent Place To Spend the Night »

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We reserved this room at the last minute and were lucky to get a place at all! Rates were reasonable for a weekend night. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Even with a sold-out hotel, we didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was ok for "free," but I would probably drive to McDs or Sonic next time.

    4
    « Nice location »

We stopped in Twin Falls on a road trip and needed a place to rest. Many hotels were booked due to baseball tournament in town. Staff worked very hard to get us a room last night, helped find parking for a truck and uhaul trailer and got us checked in very quickly. The room was very clean, however this location is dated. The price seemed a little high but we were so tired we didn't care. I would absolutely stay here again as the customer service was excellent.

    « A great hotel! »

We stayed at this hotel last night and were amazed at its cleanliness and attractiveness. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and their complimentary breakfast was excellent! The desk clerk Hannah was very helpful both on the phone and in person!! You can't beat all the perks for the great price! We definitely will be back!

    « Couldn't get a decent night's sleep »

Hard uncomfortable mattress and pillows, noisy plumbing drains and lack of power outlets. There are many choices in this town and though I am a long time BW customer, I won't be going back to this one.

« Nice place to stay »

We had an excellent experience at the Best Western in Twin Falls. It is centrally located & close to many restaurants and businesses. The pool is wonderful and large. The room was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast & in the evening that had cookies.

    « Annual Road Trip »

We travel from Arizona To Oregon every year and always stop at B/W hotels/motels. To date, each stay has been very nice and as always, the beds are the same and Comfortable! Always a plus when in a different town each day.

    « Best Western »

This is a typical Best Western hotel as far as decor, etc. Service is always good, rooms are clean and beds comfy. The pool is nice and clean also. My only complaint is that the pillows are lumpy. I stay here for business often.

    5
« Good Place to Stay »

This is a very nice place to stay ... it was clean, comfortable and a great location near restaurants and other shopping places. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. I don't know what more I can say.......

    « Great Hotel »

This was a very nice, clean & comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were good size with plenty of room. Staff was great and front desk had yummy cookies for the guests. Thanks for a great stay Best Western Twin Falls!!!!!

« Not the Plus I am used to »

This hotel is old and needs some updating. The rooms were reasonably clean. Breakfast was not that good. Parking was good. Check in was no problem. Lobby was clean. Refrigerator was old and needed replaced. Couldn't get TV to work, had to have help to learn how to get to channels. Staff was friendly in that respect.

    4
    « Awesome Desk Staff »

Right off of the highway into town, near restaurants. Somehow when I got my scheduled itinerary, I did not notice that it defaulted to a July date, a month later. I had a special rate, and Blake worked miracles, and got an upgraded room for the same rate. It was clean and fresh and the evening was restful and quiet. The room had everything I needed. Thank you Blake, you are awesome.

    « Perfect stay !!!! »

Very nice hotel with lots of commodities and pluses, we love to stay at this hotel because the city was great, the location of the hotel was perfect, the rooms where super clean and the attention was unic !!!!

« Nice but Nothing To write home about »

Average Best Western, but would not consider it a "Plus". It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Close to shopping. Breakfast was ok. The only thing I would consider it to be a "Plus" would be the price.

    5
    « Beautiful Hotel »

One of the best things that I like about this hotel is the rooms are plenty big enough, nicely furnished and easily accesible. Also they are one of the few hotels that do NOT put the coffee maker and ice buckets in the bathroom! Nice comfy beds, and very quiet. Very friendly accomadating staff. Breakfast is great.

    2
    « Wow, this was a Plus? »

Disappointed in quality of rooms, smell (urine and bleach/chemical), and very poor customer service. Breakfast was so-so. Gravy for biscuits and gravy was watery. Not impressed. They did have free cookies in the lobby though. That helped.

    3
    « Nice Staff/Clean Room »

We've stayed in many Best Westerns so we have a lot to compare with and this is just in the average category. The staff was friendly and the room clean. But they only have two handicapped parking spots for the number of rooms they have. I don't know if they meet ADA requirements. Breakfast selection and quality below even Best Western standards. Very noisy plus the air conditioner sounded like a truck coming into the room.

    5
« Many PLUSes at this motel! »

Had a very enjoyable stay! Our room was very quiet and clean. The pool is open 24 hours, which is very nice when pulling in late. The staff was EXCELLENT...very accommodating, answering my questions and getting extra towels for us. Breakfast was very good, offering many selections, including hot items. Did I mention the staff was amazing? One gal offered to put on cartoons for my grandkids (which was not necessary, but so nice for thinking of them). She then offered my grandkids a paper sack to put their donuts in to go. She even wash out my drink container for me and put ice in it for me. I would disagree about it being slightly better than a Motel 6. (I will never step foot in a Motel 6 ever-after several bad experiences). I highly recommend staying at Best Western Plus in Twin Falls!

    5
    « Good nights rest »

Could not ask for anything more, clean room, warm bed, freindly staff and good location. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any one thats staying in the area. They have new room key cards that you scan the door and it opens, its helpful when you are carrying many items.

    5
« Great hotel in Twin Falls »

This was a nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. My boys enjoyed the pool, hotel computers, and internet connection. It was very close to the major Twin Falls attractions and plenty of delicious restaurants. We would stay there again.

    4
    « Great stay »

Best western plus has really stepped up! New rooms and very clean! Breakfast is so so but overall great stay! Was there three nights on business and hotel was pretty full. Great amenities and top notch and! Well done!

    3
« Slightly better than a Motel Six »

Aging lodging facility only slightly better than a Motel Six although they charge Best Western rates. Needs updating. About killed us with cleaning compounds. We both woke with raging headaches and red eyes (and we are the canaries in the cage for sensitivity to chemicals).

    5
« Twin Falls BW Stay »

I was very satisfied with the price of the room and the type of room. 24 hour pool so my grand daughters could get their swimming in even with a late check in. Breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family if they are traveling through the area.

    « Family Vacation »

Wonderful accommodations with a superb staff that was kind and courteous. They were extremely helpful and family supportive. We had a baby and a toddler which required extra attention. Housekeeping and Maintenance came quickly to our aid and were so kind. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel was packed and we were able to get a very good night's sleep for three nights.

« Our trip to Las Vegas »

This was a great place for us. The first leg of the trip on the way to Vegas was ok. The set up was nice, couch, table with a chair, fridge, microwave. Clean. Only complaint, the mattress was quite old and past the time it should have been replaced, we were uncomfortable and had the sensation of rolling into each other in the middle. The shower head not the best. On the way home we stayed here again. This time the mattress was comfortable. Instead of a couch there was an easy chair. Only one, there was two of us. So, to sit, one of us had to sit in the office chair or edge of the bed. The shower head not the best. The room was clean. Both times. The hotel is situated around plenty of places to eat. Convenient to all sorts of stores, gas stations, drug stores........what ever you need. The breakfast not that great. Staff is friendly. Our dog stayed with us. She was comfortable as well. I would recommend to anyone traveling through and need a nice, clean, comfortable place to rest, this is the place. They are pet friendly and human friendly. Also, the area feels safe.

« an excellent BW plus in eastern Idaho »

We've been traveling for several nights now from AZ thru CA, Oregon, Idaho, MT, Colo, and we've had no major surprises...this BW + at Twin Falls, ID was an excellent hotel, sparkling room, comfortable beds, quiet. plenty of amenities and towels. Breakfast was well presented and fresh, excellent coffee...no problems at all.

« very pleasant lodging experience »

We had a very enjoyable, pleasant experience at this motel. Our dachshund accompanied us on this trip. Our room was nice. The setting is on very busy Blue Lakes Ave., but we were placed towards the back of the motel. Didn't have any problem with hearing noisy traffic. The only slight glitch in our stay was the shower. It had suffered some water damage behind the showerhead and had some cracking in the adjacent wall of the tub. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay, We have stayed at this location for the past 15 years.

    3
« OK but room was uncomfortably warm this mid-April night »

Motel is located in a commercial area with many restaurant choices. Check in was quick. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Overall, staff was pleasent and considerate Our problem was a poor night's sleep. We Arrived about 8PM after a long drive. After dinner, we set the room thermostat for a comfortable temperature and went to bed. Both of us woke up in the middle of the night finding the room airless and warm. Tried to lower thermostat or find some other way to turn on the HVAC unit fan but nothing worked. There was also no opening window. We were both too tired to involve the front desk at 3AM. So, woke up poorly rested the next morning with another long drive ahead of us. In our experience, this is on the expensive side for a Best Western plus, especially as it turned out to be the least restful night in our cross country trip. Probably good idea to check the HVAC unit in your room before retiring here.

    4
« On the Road Again »

We used this hotel as part of a road trip on the home leg. It was a welcome sight after a day of driving across the Nevada desert. The location was very convenient to someone arriving by car. After a long day of driving we had no desire to drive anywhere to eat. Available choices for a place to eat dinner were limited, but that is not really the fault of the property, just a fact to note.

    2
« Check out staff argued about room rate »

I had been quoted a price when I booked the room that was adjusted to get my business away from La Quinta. When checking out in the morning the desk clerk wanted to argue that I was given a rate that I shouldn't have. I didn't want to argue with her so phone the manger later who straightened things out

    4
    « Location »

Nice hotel, pleasant staff and a great in town location. What you would expect from BW. Breakfast a bit nicer than normal. Very efficient front staff when we arrived sorry didn't note the name. Our room needed new pillows for the bed ours were lumpy not that it kept us awake. Close to "Jakers" restaurant across the street where we had a very nice dinner.

« Our stay at Best Western Twin Falls »

We had a nice stay while in twin falls at best western for a soccer tournament. I thought the room was over priced for the area but it was a nice and had a nice breakfast each morning. We did have a problem with the shower valve but managed to make it work good enough to get our three showers and get to our soccer tournament. I did let the front desk know about it when we checked out and they apologized for inconvenience.

    « Would stay again »

Nice place very close to all dining, shopping, & tourist attractions. Only thing that irked me was the bathroom exhaust fan on the same switch as the mega hot heat lamp. Who thought that was a good idea? Someone who used to be employed at Guantanamo Bay no doubt. Putting up with that though we thought this would be somewhere we would return to next time we visit the Twin Falls area.

    « Short Lived »

We were on our way back home from a funeral in Yakima, WA and needed a place for a lay over. This hotel was quite a surprise The room was nice and comfortable, the staff very friendly and professional. The two women who worked in the breakfast area went out of their way to make you feel special. If we are in the area again and need a place to stay this will be that place.

« Recommended for Twin Falls »

This is our second stay at this hotel in Twin Falls, and we would definitetly stay again. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Warm cookies. The breakfast was per usual for most Best Westerns, everything we wanted was available and the staff person was friendly and efficient.

« Not too close to freeway »

Hotel was very nice, however most BW are located right off the freeway, but this one was about 6 miles south. Close to restaurants and we were able to take our car in for servicing as there are many dealerships around the hotel.

    « Excellent hotel »

We've stayed at this hotel twice before and really like it. It is clean and quiet and the amenities are all good! Cookies on our arrival is a nice touch, the internet was strong and the breakfast was very good. All in all, a great place to stay.

    5
    « Awesome! »

From the ladies who checked us in and suggest we have dinner at Jakers which was excellent - to check-out. The room was so clean and I really liked the decor. No having to eat off paper plates for breakfast was a plus and the food and layout of the room superb. Great value and if we are every that way again we will definitely stay there.

    4
« Good Road Trip hotel »

Clean, cheap, quiet, comfy beds and full free breakfast - what more is there to say? Do take five minutes to drive back to the nearby Idaho Visitors Center overlooking Snake River Canyon - well worth it.

    « Improvement Required »

Interior and rooms are date. Walls are paper thin. We had to call the front dest to have them contact the occupants next door to turn down the music twice. After that lived with it. Hairs on sheets did not belong to us and bathtub in jacuzzi suite was not clean as was the bathroom. Out of all the Best Westerns that we stay at and we are Platinum this was the worst. Will not return.

    5
    « Amazing! »

Room was amazing. People were friendly. Area was great. Will be returning. I highly recommend this! Room was very clean and tidy. Had bottom floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was not too bad either.

    4
    « Accessible rooms »

Not all accessible rooms are created equal. Some are definitely designed for wheelchair access, others are not. If you are looking for a wheelchair accessible room, be sure to get details about the specific room before booking.

    « God Bless them »

Twin Falls Best Western Plus: March of this year, my husband, Bob, went to sleep at your hotel and woke up with the "Angles". Two of your employees, Pat and Amy got to our room immediately! Amy, the Manager, was so good to me. She helped me all that day and the next. We have always used the Best Western when travelling for their quality of service, appearance etc. The loss of my husband, and the top quality of assistance I received, confirmed to me that the Best Western is the "best" place to stay. We love staying here when we travel to see the grandkids. Pool is open 24 hours which is a great way for us to entertain the kids and we all have a blast. The staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and pretty impressive. Rooms were clean and are well kept.

    « Excellent Stay-cation »

Our family was part of a wedding on Saturday. The four grandson's were all in the wedding. We decided a night at the hotel with a pool would be nice treat for them. It was a hit. The staff were amazing. The boys can't wait to go back. Even though we live here in town it is a great way to make someone feel special. We are officially the coolest grandparents ever according to our grandson's.

    « Exellent Service / Excellent Property »

Front desk staff may be the best in the business. This facility is very well taken care of and the amenities are all there. Room furnishings are of the best quality. I'd recommend this as a stop for anyone in the Northern Nevada / Southern Idaho area. There may be no better lodging!

Great hotel. Very affordable. It was in a fantastic location. It was only 3 minutes off the interstate and is located right in the middle of restaurants and all kinds of shopping. The room was very clean, modern, and there is internet service. The hotel also has a pool, hot tub, and exercise room. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely stay there again.

    « A great value »

My wife and I really liked this hotel. The Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping mall and is accessible from Blue Lakes road, the main road through Twin Falls. Our cost was 80 dollars. We woke up around 8am, went and sat in the hot tube, then later had a hot breakfast of sausage, eggs, waffles, and potatoes with sausage gravy. I found the temperature controls very useful allowing the user the option to run the fan on manual or automatic mode. This feature allowed me to accurately control the temperature of the room. The room had a queen sized bed and a lazy with a writing desk. The rooms were quiet and we both had a refreshing night of sleep. I found the hotel, a great value.

The parking lot is secure, well lit,and taken care of.We felt extra safe even with snow pouring coverage on all roadways,Parking here was no problem. They had cleared the fastest they could in prep for the snow storm all the entry and walkways to ensure the safety of their Best Western Plus customers. We had stopped a few blocks away from this Hotel for gas and did not find the station cleared so how glad we were to see the management and staff here were concerned and caring about safety! Check-in fast and a great big thankyou goes out to Madison! She was waiting for us to arrive during the snow storm and checked us in fast and with Superb service even asking would we like cookies shed just baked, reminding us our room had a coffeemaker. The front areas are well taken care of and maintained for the safety of all coming inside from long winter weather driving. « Very nice hotel »

Very impressed with this hotel! Very clean and huge room! I loved that there was a large stuffed rocking chair in the room! I was able to get my little one to sleep easily. The pool was a tad on the cool side, but very nice. Staff were friendly and the hotel was quite. Breakfast was fresh and tasty!

« Excellent place to stay, best pool »

We have stayed here for family in the area for about 12 years. We love the indoor pool & hot tub. We think they have the best breakfast bar, it is very filling. They have wonderful customer service. We have been able to check in early, usually by about 1 hr, which has been very helpful. We always have our grandkids stay overnight with us and they love to go swimming. They really get their tummies full at breakfast. This is our favorite place and we wouldn't think of staying any place else.

    « December 2015 »

The hotel is centrally located in the city with good access to eateries and businesses. Stayed here on 12/4 and 12/21. Room 125 and 121. Poor TV reception in 125, great reception in 121. Snow and ice on both trips, sidewalk and parking lots were salted/sanded very early.

« A little tired, but clean, warm and friendly »

We were in town for a two-night stay for a family event. We requested a room with a walk-in shower to reduce strain on a bad knee. We got a two-queen, handicap-equipped room on the first floor. The thermostat controlled the wall mounted (under the window) AC and heater. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh, and the TV was clear. The refrigerator was small but kept our cokes cold. The coffee pot worked with the supplied coffee. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We looked at the exercise room (off of the indoor pool and hot tub), but it did not have the equipment we needed for a bad knee. The only downside of our two day stay was the location of our room. It was right alongside the side entrance, so we could hear the door closing, people walking and talking, and the luggage carts going by. Even this settled down after awhile. For a mid-range hotel it was a comfortable stay. It is right on Blue Lakes, with the newer hotels on Pole Line Rd, out by the new hospital. We were happy with our stay as the Best Western served its purpose.

    « Poor Customer Service »

We can't report on amenities, cleanliness or how we liked the stay. We did not get past the poor customer service we received at the front desk. We called while on the road just after 11 am for a King room with a pet. We asked for a late check in, the response was "We have 4 available, we will hold your room until you get here". We arrived about half past 10, reservation was waiting. Once we arrived at the room we found it was two queen beds. We did not enter the room, but went back to the front desk. These were the statements that were provided to me when questioned why we were not given a room with a king: "I can't put you in a room with a king that is "pet friendly" -I just gave the last one away an hour ago". "There is nothing that I can do" "it is out of my hands", " The room I gave you is the same room" "The cost is the same". These statements are all clearly from someone who is does not understand simple expressions of customer service. At the time of check in had she shared "I am very sorry, there was a mistake made and our only pet friendly room is two queens, would that work?" Any statement would have been better than what we were told after driving nearly 13 hours, we were ready for a rest. Leaving that hotel was not easy, we will not be back. Our recommendation is to not bother with this Best Western. It is not located convenient to the HWY. We can completely recommend driving just a bit further and stay at the Best Western in Jerome, Idaho - better location and staff that understand why we choose only Best Western.

This was a good hotel to stay in. We appreciated that it was pet friendly and that they had plug ins for vehicles since it was so cold. I also enjoyed the 24 hr pool and hot tub! Breakfast was complimentary and had a good verity and quantity. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean!

Everything clicked for us at the Best Western, where we spent an overnight before heading to Big Sky, MT. For a mid-range hotel, this one checks all the boxes -- clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, free internet, flat-screen TV, and bathroom amenities. There's also a 24-hour indoor pool and hot tub and small workout room. The free breakfast features hot and cold items -- eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, pastries, juices, etc. Good coffee, too. Oh yes, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

« Not the "Best" in the "Western" »

Has a pet area but it is mostly used up areas by previous dogs. Guests aren't cleaning up after their pets so you wander looking for a clean area for Spot to poo. Room had superficial improvements but things were coming undone. The bed was like a piece of tiramisu - hard on top and soft without structure inside. Seemed like a really old mattress. The pillows smelled like many people had drooled and burped on them.

« Very Pleased with Stay »

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the comfortable beds, indoor pool 24 hours, and the breakfast was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Twin Falls. The location was perfect, easy access to interstate, the mall, movie theaters, and restaurants.

« Toilet did not flush very well.......... »

Our stay in this hotel was good, but the toilet didn't flush very well so it had to be flushed again every time to completely clean the bowl, rather annoying. Also, the drains didn't seem to work as the shower and the sink would full up with water while the faucets were running.

    « Very nice hotel »

My first impression upon arrival in the lobby was clean and elegant. Good sleep, comfortable room and clean and spacious breakfast area with usual items at breakfast buffet. Staff recommended Jakers Restaurant where you get 10% discount with your room card which was very good and has a 60 menu with smaller portions. Would stay again.

    « Very good hotel »

This hotel offers affordable accommodation with good amenities. It's in a central location, close to many restaurants. Plus it's pet friendly. We had a room near the back, away from the main road so it was quiet. We would stay here again for sure. Good safe bet!

« Best place to stay in Twin Falls »

Offers so many amenities like laundry facilities, and 24 hour pool hours. The breakfast is extensive and the personnel are warm and caring. Children are very welcome. Parking is good and they do have an elevator.

« One of the Better BWs »

We often stay at a BW when we travel-location, decent quality, affordable price etc. I have to say, contrary to what some of the other reviews have stated, that this was one of the better BWs that we have visited. Clean, extremely quiet and very comfortable. All the amenities worked well and the room was very welcoming. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong wi-fi.Breakfast consisted of all of the usual items but they was fresh and delicious. Our 3rd floor king-sized room was about $80 (plus tax) on a Friday night. We would definitely stay here again.

« Not comparable to other plus levels! »

Unfortunately for this hotel we had stayed at another Best Western Plus the night before and they really did not compare to one another. This was an older place that had been renovated and just didn't compare. If I were placing this on a scale it would have to be the budget Best Western for the room anyways. It did have the free breakfast which was nice but it never ceases to amaze me how guests see the breakfast room as there kitchen table vs a public eating area, which means get out of your PJs and put some cloths on, run a brush through hair, put on some shoes and wipe the makeup out from under your eyes, You are in a public place and I am stranger sitting next to you that you would never see at your kitchen table! The place is dog friendly and that may have contributed to the lesser room but it certainly did not at the place the night before. I also had to pay extra for the dog which I did not the night before. The bed was also very poor compared to night before. So all in all this place was a disappointment.

    « Good location »

I was hoping for a Best Western closer to the freeway, but this one ended up being in a good location. Lots of restaurants close by. As always, clean, comfortable beds. The next time I'm in Twin Falls, I'll stay here again.

« Another fine Best Western »

We have stayed at many Best Westerns the past few weeks and this is a great example of the quality if the chain, clean, comfortable room, easy access to near by restaurants, good internet and breakfast. Would not hesitate to return.

    « A Good Place TO Stay »

Clean and very accommodating staff. Very helpful planning future trip. Breakfast was ready early which got us on the road quickly. Was able to request a specific room that allowed easy access for this trip and in the future.

Excellent service. Thank you. We appreciate Best Western being pet friendly as we always travel with our pooch. He is family, too. Your hot breakfast was better than others. Staff was congenial and helpful.

« Off to the Nationals »

We needed an overnight stay on our way to Loveland, CO. As all the rooms were full in Burley Idaho, we decided on the Twin Falls Best Western. We thought there was a restaurant in the hotel, but the desk clerk gave us a great Chinese delivery. As we had driven about 600 miles that day, we needed a nice comfortable place to rest and recharge for our destination in Colorado. As always, we were not disappointed in how welcome both our dogs and us were treated.

« Convenient in Twin Falls »

Everything about this Best Western Plus in Twin Falls was unremarkable; nothing stood out. If anything was notable it was the breakfast. The hotel was close to dinning options. Our room was on the first floor and was easily assessable form the parking lot. We were just passing through and stayed one night. I might stay there again.

    « restful stay »

The staff welcomed us and were helpful with directions to the falls. The check in is efficient and we were given a room on the third floor. Restaurants and shopping are close by. The breakfast is well presented and there is something for everyone. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. We left something behind in our room and they have made arrangements to send it to another Best Western where we will be in another 2 days.

    « a great place to stay »

This hotel is in my home town . I only visit there any more as no family lives there. It is a place to feel like a home away from home. I have had a lot of extended family stay at this hotel and all of us enjoy the stay. From the pool to the breakfast to the rooms, we really enjoy the stay at this hotel.

    « Nice Hotel »

This is a nice hotel and they have a pretty good breakfast. The pillows were not very comfortable on the bed and the internet is a little slow. I have stayed here many times and I would stay here again, but I keep forgetting to bring my own pillow.

« Satisfactory but just Average »

This Best Western is just an average property when compared with other BWs. It is a fair value and reasonably clean but it is also well worn and in need of an update. The furnishings are pretty beat up but the beds are firm and comfortable. The breakfast is decent. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Not a bad place to spend the night but nothing exceptional or noteworthy.

    « A Plus for Twin Cities »

A gem on Idaho's Interstate 84. What a surprise after iffy overnight stops in Utah's canyon country. Clean, quiet, easy and convent parking. Great, welcoming staff. Seems brand new but with pleasant details and not far from a quick stop at Starbucks.

    « Pet friendly, indeed! »

We stayed two nights at the Twin Falls Hotel. It was extremely clean and comfortable. I had worried about traveling with 2 dogs (first time) but the hotel staff was welcoming of them and they have a very nice area for the dogs to go outside. They even provide the clean up bags. I would certainly stay there again.

    « Clean and convenient »

We were early arriving but an early check-in was no problem. The reception staff in a bright, airy reception area were polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well cared for in all areas, the room was above average size, very clean and well decorated. The breakfast area had ample seating and the food was plentiful and well presented. It is conveniently situated for shops, restaurants and all the local attractions. We don't think you will find much better in the area.

« So Glad We Didn't Stay Next Door! »

Nice property with attractive lobby and common area. It was right next door to another property which other friends stayed in for a wedding we all came to attend. Our room was clean, well kept and ample and afforded plenty of seating including a rocker/recliner) for visiting before and after the event. Rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and hair dryers. We're so glad we made the choice to stay here instead of the hotel next door after seeing their small rooms which only had one chair and were tired and worn looking. This hotel has a complimentary breakfast included in the price as well, although we ate elsewhere with friends. Prices were reasonable (we used AAA discount) and were happy with the price for a two night stay.

    « Great Hotel »

This is a nice hotel in a very nice location, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out, with more than enough food to keep all the guests satisfied. All in all, a very nice place, and we will be back.

« Great Service but dirty toilet seat »

Housekeeping needs a overhaul I found a dirty toilet seat in my room, I cleaned the seat myself. Have stayed here many times before without problems but will have a bad mental picture of the experience.

« Great place to stay w kids and dog »

We called 2 hours before arriving in Twin Falls. We were given a very comfortable room, tasty breakfast, not too expensive, and pet friendly. I would recommend this hotel. We were driving along the Interstate and chose this hotel over the others, and happy we did. We had a teen, and a hound dog, and found that there was plenty of quiet streets to walk our dog. The breakfast morning was very tasty and would recommend it to anyone especially with kids.
