Staff was amazing..Avery and Jose exhibited out standing hospitality and were truly a joy . Always greeted us every time we walked by . And just got to know us as we came and went. Called that my shower wasn't working and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes from my call. ⁵ stars

We stay at this hotel for only one night, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast was very tasty and the eating area was clean. The staff was very helpful when asked question. The location was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely stay the next time we travel to Twin Falls.

Spent another Thanksgiving in Twin Falls. Thanks to BW for giving us a retreat far from our home. We stay her a number of times throug the year and at other BW properties. Blue lakes inn has been getting better over the last couple of years. Breakfast has definately gotten better. Thanks Shawna!

In the heart of shopping and eateries, the Best Western Plus in Twin Falls is an excellent place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, modern and well-appointed. The people are always courteous and helpful. and the expedited check-in is fantastic.

always a pleasure to stay at this bw property on our long road trips from washington state to nevada. a convenient location, quality rooms and staff, great breakfast and shower. plus we can recover from the long drives with the pool/hottub AND weight room.

This hotel has the slightly upgraded breakfast area with waffles, sausage links instead of the gray thin patty sausage served elsewhere. Super breakfast area staff made sure everything was stocked and clean. Real coffee machine, not instant. Pet friendly, too. The only drawback is that there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices.

We love staying there often when we can. They rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The beds are comfortable.. The breakfasts are really good and the staff are awesome. We stay as often as we can at this Best Western and other Best Western Plus. It's out comfort stop for sleep and stays and really nice staff.

I have stayed here before and will stay here again. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast has always been hot and plentiful in choices. Newspaper was a nice touch. Poor is open 24 hours for families with kids can enjoy their stay too. Easy off and on the interstate.

Everything was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, they had an indoor pool and spa, and although I didn't eat breakfast it smelled good. There is an espresso/cappuccino machine in the breakfast area which was great!

We stayed for one night while traveling through and were completely happy with the way we were greeted as well as the cleanliness of the room and variety at breakfast the next morning. There were several dinner options close to the hotel in which we walked to after arriving.

Nice hotel. Clean comfy room and bed. Big screen TV. Coffee in the room.Great breakfast. Clean pool and hot tub. Nice little gym / weight room. Close to the canyon, restaurants boating, golfing and shopping. Also close to Shoshone falls.

Great quality and easy check in. We booked online and arrived late, the front desk staff was amazingly kind and gracious in answering my questions. The room was clean and quiet. We found the breakfast in the morning to be great quality and convenient. We will definitely be staying her next year!

A very nice hotel. It has an attractive outside, but most important, the room we had was neat, clean, attractive and well furnished. Check in was quick and efficient. Check out was smooth and efficient, too. Breakfast was a typical motel breakfast - OK but not wonderful.

I stayed at th BW+, for two days in July 2023. One of the things I learned from my Uncle Aubry was to be leary (not Timmothy) if someone tells you that "everything was just perfect", or " everything was just _________________ here you may fill in the blank. So with that in mind, they could have used more shade in the parking lot, replacing the luggage trollys wouldn't be a bad idea, in my case I'm going by what I was laughingly told by another customer who was trying to negotiate one in and then out of an elevator. To be fair, I've stayed in Resorts, Luxury Hotels, Motel Xs, Military accommodations etc., and it is my theory that there are a group of evil minded Trolls who's sworn duty is to move the most troublesome carts from one place of lodging to another. When I visited the cafeteria at about 6:30 in the morning, there were far to many guests competing with me for the biscuits and gravy. I could go on forever and ever however, then there would be far too many words to read and I'm rather lazy at heart. Vile Nirus MDD P.S. lodging wasn't perfect, but it was Very good.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Good breakfast options even for gluten free people, good size pool and hot tub that's actually hot. Nice beds and good water pressure in the shower. Plenty of close parking.

We stayed here on 7/11/23 in room 346. The room is at the end of the hall and faces another hotel. It was clean, good sized and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds and chairs were comfortable. The clock did not work. There is a sink out side the shower/toilet room. The shower/toilet room was a bit small but functional. There was plenty of counter space by the sink. The internet service was good, the breakfast better than most BW's and the water pressure was fine. The hotel is easy to find and has plenty of free parking. The staff were fine and there is an indoor pool. It is about 15 to 20 min. from Shoshone Falls which is worth visiting. We'd recommend Idaho Joe's for lunch or dinner about 1.5 miles down the road from the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and good pillows. Very clean especially being they had a full house and it was the weekend before the 4th of July. Great breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles and all the other standard stuff. The ladies did a great job keeping everything filled with a full house of hungry guys from baseball teams. Nice eating area. Very updated. Great stay

We travel to the NW from the south 3 times per year. Our favorite stop with two Aussie dogs is Twin Falls Idaho. We have been stopping there yearly because our dogs and accommodations are always to our standards. We like cool rooms and near by convenience of restaurants and shopping. We love to stay there for the cold air conditioning and our dogs love of the quiet neighborhood feel.

Diane in the breakfast Cafe came to me to ask about my experience and was genuinely interested. The food was delicious with lots of variety. Goldie at the front desk was knowledgeable about the hotel!

The Best Western made my first stay in a motel with a cat nearly perfect. Best part, it only cost an additional $20 dollars. The only downfall was that the pet friendly rooms seem to be occupied by mostly dogs & their owners. At times, it sounded like a kennel. Consequently, we didn't sleep too well.

I always stay at this Best Western when in Twin. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and thanked for being a rewards member. Rooms are always perfect and the breakfast is always delicious. I will always stay here

Best hotel we stayed in on a 10 day cross country tour. Loved the made to order omelet. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Loved how pet friendly it was and very reasonably priced. The room was extremely spacious and brand new.

Enjoyed a comfortable, clean room - nice breakfast and amenities. Able to bring our small dog for a fee. Good location for restaurants , shopping and our family visit. Friendly, helpful staff. We have returned to this hotel!

We were travelling east on I-84 in November of '22. The stretch of road between Oregon and Idaho was intermittently closed due to snow accumulations. We got stuck for 3 hours west of Twin Falls, waiting for the road to reopen when we called the Best Western Plus to discuss our reservation and let them know we might not even arrive that night. They were SO kind and helpful to us, and reassured us that we would be quickly checked in if we got there. We eventually did, and they got us to our room in moments. The hotel's hot tub was 24 hours, and the desk clerk made sure we had access and towels for a quick warm up after our travel difficulties. The next morning two breakfast room attendants were very helpful to us, and even brought warm muffins to our table when they came out of the oven. Also - the breakfast room was open until 10:00 a.m., which was of considerable help with our arrival at 1:30 a.m. the previous evening. The room was very good, and there were many channel options on the television. Overall, we had a great experience at the Twin Falls Best Western Plus, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent amenities and spacious rooms great breakfast choices. The room was great size didn't feel cramped at all. Loved the breakfast choices had a huge selection of food to choose from. Loved the good sized swimming pool and hot tub

We were very happy with our stay. I was a bit concerned as this hotel has mixed reviews. We were greeted with a smile at check in. Which was nice after a long day of travel. The hotel is really a 3 1/2 star hotel. But the staff makes it a 4. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooms have microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Nothing fancy, but clean. 24 hr access to heated pool, hot tub and workout room. The breakfast was great. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, juices and coffee. Very close to lots of other dining options. This hotel is very busy. Lots of people coming and going. With snow outside there is dirtiness on the carpeting in the hallways. But to be expected from people walking in from wet snow and mud. I would return to this hotel and the friendly staff.

Room was ready as promised. Breakfast had a variety of hot food and beverages. All staff greeted us with a smile. Located in downtown Twin Falls, in a great location. Although we did not bring our pet, this is a pet friendly hotel. Also adequate parking for the working men and women who have equipment they are towing.

This hotel had the best breakfast offerings that I have come across in a hotel of this type - hot food, waffles made to order, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, toast - so many options! This was especially important since we were there for a State Soccer tournament and gave many options for the team. The workers were very friendly and greeted us on entry and whenever they saw us in the hotel.

Just an average room with flaws. No shower curtain, No grab bars in bathroom. Worn carpet. Noise heard from other rooms. WiFi. Facility had a general overall unclean feel. Kind of a nobody cares about the place.

I was traveling with my elderly parents and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that the logistic location of the room made things easier for them. The breakfast was amongst the best I have experienced at a Best Western. Good staff, and good value

There was makeup on the sheets/pillowcases, crumbs/dirt in all the corners, and dirty socks in our room when we checked in. We were told they were full with no other rooms, so we cleaned it ourselves. The pool area had 3-4 inches of standing stagnant dirty water all around it and when we asked for a squeegee, they sent the breakfast lady in with a wet vac. That would have been okay other than the electric extension cord she had running over the top of pool while we were swimming. So much deferred maintenance and filth everywhere, be sure to take your own cleaning items and emergency kit if you stay here.

The room was spacious and had everything one would need. Furnishings and amenities were top- notch. The staff at check-in did a great job in welcoming me and giving me advice on places to eat. I loved staying here.

Hotel is very clean. Lobby has computers to use. there is a pool, workout room and hot tub which is pretty hot. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has many items they offer from fresh juice to pancakes, eggs and sausage. Close to amenities and the canyon.

We stayed one night while touring the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with good beds, a fridge and microwave. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety, and staff were quick to bring out extra items. Eggs and meats were available as well as batter to make your own waffles. Fruit and yogurt were available as well. The pool area looked nice.

From beginning to end we had exceptional service. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was amazing. they put just enough food in the warmers so it didn't dry out, but kept it coming so food was ready for next set of people coming in, capachinno machine and good regular coffee. Fruit was fresh and chocolate syrup for the waffles which made my granddaughter very happy! Pool is open 24/7 and overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Stayed here for one night. Everything was as one would expect in a Best Western Plus hotel. Comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. What more could one want! Would stay there again.

In 62,000 miles of travel, this was the most overpriced and a bit shabby BW Ever! Usually stay in Hamptons and will go back to that now that they are all pet friendly. Over $300 for a night in BW Twin Falls was a major disappointment. Staff was nice, Brekky was good. Not sure if sheets were even clean or just rumpled old bedding. Towels clean but old and not fluffy. Weedy landscaping. Pet area not much

Extremely helpful staff. Check in was very easy. Our room and the entire hotel was extremely clean. We stayed here for two nights to explore the area. The location was perfect for us AND, the Pool is open 24 hours !!!

This building no longer appears as it is on photos. Property is not being maintained on outside and inside. Dirty floors in hallway, smells bad, dirty room. Sheets have washed out blood stains and was itchy. Vent fan was dusty. Large crack under door you can hear neighbors coming in and out of room. Party room.

You need to stay here. They take pets, rooms are CLEAN/FRESH smelling large w/lots of amenities in the room & have big fridge/freezer. Best restaurant style delicious WOW BREAKFAST w/incredible staff!

We had a quick family trip and stayed at the Best Western Plus in Twin. Check In was quick and the staff was friendly. Check out was a little different. I thought that the employee was a guest in her pajamas. She was in sweats and a crop top. Our room was clean. They offer a nice breakfast and the ladies preparing it were amazing.

This is a very nice BW Plus motel. Conveniently located. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was courteous and professional. The lobby area and elevator were clean. My room was clean, quiet and well supplied and everything worked! The breakfast was wonderful. The hot meal choices were plentiful with scrambled eggs, meats, rolls, breads, etc. The juice choices and coffee were standard fare but, the coffee was hot and tasty. The eating area was clean and the food was always being restocked. The kitchen staff worked hard to keep everything shipshape. This was my second stay at this motel and I look forward to a possible third visit in the future, should I pass through Twin Falls and find myself in need of a room.

We stayed a Saturday and Sunday night. Despite being a weekend, the hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The teenagers spent most of the time in a great pool. The hot tub was just the right temperature to ease the aches and pains of the day.

Several years ago I reviewed this hotel, it is not the same quality. The staff was unfriendly, the hallway carpet dirty. There was trash on the floor from the side entrance for the full 19 hours I was at the hotel. Upon checkin, the staff person at the desk was eating her meal, didn't even smile or say hello. The luggage cart rattled, wheels squealed and really needed a good cleaning. The room itself was clean, but the both beds sloped and the pillows needed replacing. The breakfast was fine. Only 1 staff person was friendly, one of the women in the breakfast room. No one else ever smiled. It's such a shame this place has gone downhill, have stayed here many times over the years. Will not be staying here again

If you have to stop overnight in Southern Idaho then this hotel is a good place to lay your head and then get up early and get out of this state. The city of Twin has all the services one needs plus expensive gas and no shade.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom was a little tight but we made it work. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We were passing through and this was a great place to stay. The morning breakfast room was large and inviting. Truthfully, the food is mediocre, but the eggs, French toast, biscuits and gravy, and sausages were hot. There are lots of drink options and the ladies in there were great! I would recommend this hotel.

The road noise from Blue Lake Blvd. went on all night and it was noisy. Then about 5:15 AM a mysterious banging noise began sounding intermittently. I got zero sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was good with lots of selection, If you stay here ask for a room as far away from the Blvd. as possible. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area has lots of restaurants, fast food and shops. We were hoping for a quieter and more scenic setting which was obviously wrong expectations. The Snake River Gorge and bridge are about 3-4 blocks away and the gorge is magnificent. The breakfast service was exceptionally good.

Breakfast was great. Wide selection of breakfast options that I have not seen in a while due to covid. also excellent presentation. Pool and hot tub has long hours and clean and spacious ended up staying extra day because I was so impressed.

We had two rooms reserved for my family and I. One room was fine and without abnormalities, but me and my grandma had a terrible experience. First, we were checked into a dirty room. The previous guest's room key was still on the sink counter, leaving me to assume housekeeping skipped cleaning this room entirely. We were given another room, one with three beds, which was not necessary, but it was a fully-booked night so that wasn't much of a concern. HOWEVER, this room was obviously not blocked out for us in their system when we were switched over to it. In the span of an hour, TWO separate families entered our room thinking it was theirs. This is just not acceptable. I have worked in the past as a front desk agent. I know for a fact that changing a guest's room and blocking it out for them is not a difficult nor obtuse thing to do. The front desk employees present at the time have clearly not received adequate training and it shows. After being disturbed twice, I looked for a Do Not Disturb sign to hang on our door, but there was not one in the room. I bolted and locked our door just in case, and fortunately we were not bothered by unwanted visitors for the remainder of the stay. That being said, the heater in our room did not work either. I spent a good while trying to get it to do anything, but the buttons were completely unresponsive, and the LED indicator just displayed an 'on' status. I checked the plug and the outlet, and those seemed to be fine. I brought my complaints to the front desk in the morning, and the employee behind the counter was the highlight of our stay. He was professional, apologetic, and assured us we would get a refund for our troubles. I wish I could end this review on that relatively high note, but unfortunately, it did not end there. After we had left. I got a call from the hotel's assistant manager, and she was the absolute worst person I've ever spoken to in the hospitality industry. She was dismissive, and though she did confirm our refund, she ranted and blamed the staff for being young and inexperienced, and that "she just had to deal with them because ""they"" (I assume in reference to corporate) would only let the place hire kids." This excuse making and blame shifting is just unprofessional and insulting. I know when something like this happens, the fault is from the top down. She called to try to smooth things over, yet wasn't ready to take responsibility for the obviously poor oversight of this hotel. The buck stops with management, period. Neither my family nor I will ever associate with this company again. Best Western turned out to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

We were originally going to stay across the street. So glad we didn't. The BW cost vs quality was above our expectations. The staff was friendly, the hotel had a homey feeling and the served a great breakfast.

Very clean rooms, rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly at check in. Did not use the breakfast so cant comment. Wifi worked well and had no connection issues or drop outs.

Great room, awesome pool area. good breakfast much better than the usual waffles. The staff in the breakfast room and the room cleaners were great to deal with and went the extra mile several times for my daughter and I.

We stayed 3 nights here, and utilized the smaller than advertised conferenve room for a class we teach as our business. Katie at the front desk was amazing. She was very polite, professional, and helpful. It's a shame her manager is very much the opposite. Manager was often found relaxing by the pool when she was running the front desk. Once she noticed I needed something, she seemed bothered by the fact she had to get up. She was highly unprofessional and unhelpful when it came time to provide the promised and needed amenities in the conference room. At one point while we were scrambling to set things up in the morning prior to our event, she told me she would be right back to get something, and simply never returned. Luckily I was able to find things on my own in their utility closet to finish setting up for our presentation. I had to track her down to ask her to set up the coffee and water service as we had requested in advance after our meeting had already started. Again, she was bothered by our"request", although this was something that we had agreed upon in advance and paid for. The manager just made it seem like she was going out of her way to make it happen. Overall our hotel room and stay was slightly above average experience, but I would highly discourage anyone from paying to use their conference room for any professional business purposes.

This is a beautiful and well kept motel. The rooms reserved for people traveling with pets were convenient to the exercise area, but did not feel like "back rooms" reserved for less than welcome guests. The room was clean, nicely decorated and amazingly quiet for as many people with pets were there.

Room was excellent, staff very helpful and courteous. Like the room configuration. The hotel has considerable artwork (photos of the area) around the facility that are very attractive. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city yet near the tourist places around Twin Falls. The rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is great! the Manager & staff are all friendly & accommodating.

We were on the road and was able to call with service most of the conversation. Personnel understood when we lost service but stayed on the phone call until service was restored. She provided great assistance and was helpful.

Staff was great very helpful. Great hot breakfast lots of variety. Pool was inside and hot tub temp was great. It was nice it was open 24/7. Nice to have a microwave and a good size fridge. Overall it was a great stay.

We travel often from WA to AZ and this is our GO TO hotel destination. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Our fur baby is always welcome and they have a great breakfast buffet! Great area for pets to run around, and they provide the baggies! Use the Best Western app for super easy reservations, check in and check out!

The floor was not vacuumed after the last guest. Rough sheets. Toilet level way too high. Tiny elevator and and no masks anywhere... from the manager coughing and hacking in the elevator to the breakfast servers. And no vaccines I assume. Won't stay here again

This is my second time stay in Twin Falls and it's always great. Always clean and ready for my stay. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. And food delivery actually comes directly to the door (DoorDash). Will definitely be staying again.

This was one of the best stays we've ever had at a hotel!!! The Staff has a very high level of concierge type service. Very personable, NOT snooty, just great servant minded "home town" people. Happy to tell a person about the town. We had a noisy fan (just because of its rattling cover) and there was a missing "corner bumper" from the bed base. But the maintenance people were all over it. A gentleman named Pat who had been there 25 years (which shows this is a good place to work to have long time staff like that). Anyway Pat came and was fantastic!!!! Everyone is skilled with a "professionalism" that rings through with a heart of servanthood. It was so very refreshing! The FULL Hot Breakfast has literally everything a person could hope to think of (really I'm not kidding)...my wife has to be Gluten and Dairy Free (where I eat all the gluten I can get). ;-) But they even had multiple gluten free options for her every morning of the 3 days we stayed. Even Almond Milk! Other than that, it was with sausage links, scrambled eggs, or cheese egg omelets, hash browns, and/or fresh toast sticks biscuits, gravy, waffles, EVEN sugar Free options for jam, syrup (good for perhaps pre-diabetic like me with my too much gluten ha ha. ;-) But also great "real" orange juice, real plates and silverware. It really was fabulous!!! So, I'm a former Operations Director / Executive Director, so I notice staff, professionalism, and details. I even saw some staff painting door jams (before they would flake). So very proactive in my humble opinion. Well, I hope this might help others out there! :-)

Pet friendly and very clean. Helpful staff and quick check in and out. Great amenities. Many restaurants and places to eat close by. Very easy to find the hotel on the main the street. Very clean outside and nice pet area at the back of the hotel.

Dirty room, trash left from previous guest, toilet needed fixed (luckily 1 of our group was a plumber) and NO shower curtain. Informed front desk and they acted like it was no big deal. Will never stay there again!!!

I've stayed at Best Western Plus motels that were much nicer than this one in Twin Falls, Idaho. The woman at the front desk lacked any friendliness or welcoming spirit. The shower didn't work properly, bypassing the faucet and spraying directly from the shower head, causing surprise and yelping from the first of the guests (my husband) to attempt showering. The floors were mostly clean, but some debris in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre. The first floor was noisy and the walls were thin.

If you want great rooms, comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast, hospitable service and amazing rates then you should stay at the Best Western Plus when you visit Twin Falls. You won't beat this lodging experience anywhere for the price.

None of under the.Best Western Staff were wearing masks at the front desk. Idaho is under emergency care standards. Everyone should be taking every possible precaution to prevent more cases. There may be rooms in the hotel but there is none in local hospitals.

Nice check-in experience with Shawna and her ‘mother-to-be' partner. Clean and quiet. Inside access to rooms. Has elevators. Breakfast was very good-featuring omelets and sausages/buns and gravy (not my taste). Assorted pastries, juices, fruit etc. Our king room appeared to have been remodeled and had a comfortable king-sized bed, armchair and lamp, desk and chair, flat screen TV; fridge, microwave, coffee-maker and a washroom with tub and shower; good wi-fi signal.

We fell in love with this property the first time we stayed there. The staff is always wonderful during the whole stay. The free breakfast is hot and delicious. The pool is a total delight as well and feels amazing after a day on the road! We truly look forward to our stay at the Twin Falls Best Western Plus.

Stopped for 1 night on a road trip and were ecstatic about the fridge with a separate freezer! This was critical for our road trip and re freezing our ice for the coolers. The bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was great. Only downside is there weren't more sets of stairs closer to the middle of the hotel and the elevator was slow. Super small detail though. Highly recommend!

Large clean rooms. Easy and fast check-in. Big variety for breakfast including hot items. Great location for travelers passing through. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stop.

We went to New Mexico to visit family and we drove. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it helped us with the long drive. We got a great night's sleep and had a great breakfast. We had a great vacation all the way around.

Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The front desk clerk was cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was better than most hotels. I don't remember everything they offered, but I know they had eggs, cereal, oatmeal, milk, pastries that were not in packages. The lobby was clean and so was the parking lot.

The check in process was easy and good. The pool area was fantastic and it is open 24hrs. The Hot breakfast is excellent. And it offers many other options as well to take along with you. The area of the hotel was great. Thanks

Good place to stay, good rooms, great breakfast, (many selections) and great check in ladies. - we even stayed again on our trip home to Aurora, CO from Olympia, WA. Enjoyed both nights and would stay again if we make the trip again, since we have relatives that live in the Olympia, WA area. And we go there often. But this was our first trip from our new home in Colorado, since we just moved there from the San Diego area in the later part of July 2021

We spent a very relaxing evening and night. Beds were comfy. We did travel with our puppy and the pet accommodations were good. Check in and out was easy peasy! We appreciated a nice breakfast in the morning.

Guess the hotel was OK. Good price, clean, but it was ruined because the elevator was broken. This was NOT even disclosed until after I had checked in. Guess we still could have gone elsewhere, but too hard. Pulling heavy suitcases up and down stairs not easy

This hotel was fine. Nothing to write home about. Helpful staff, clean etc. There are a lot of choices in Twin Falls, so shop around. I am not sure I would visit Twin Falls again. Came here to see Shoshone Falls and did that. So not a high probability that I will come back. And if I did, I would try another hotel. Not that anything was bad at this place, just nothing special.

This hotel is not clean and not maintained. We had to evacuate in the middle of the night because the elevator (which we took once and it shook and made terrible noises) overheated and smoked and set off the fire alarm. Felt terrible for the people stuck inside of it.

We arrived at this hotel at 8 pm (with a reservation) and although they had saved a king room for us, it was in the pet section of the hotel and as such the room did not have carpeting as non-pet section rooms do. At first I was put off and concerned that the room might smell (it didn't) or that dogs might bark through the night. The room was on the first floor and the outdoor lights shone close to our window. But my concerns were alleviated after sleeping in a very comfortable bed and absolutely no noise from the neighbors' pets. It was quieter than rooms in other hotels with noisy kids next door. The breakfast was fine. Was a good experience here.

Very nice experience. Easy check-in with very friendly staff. Great hot breakfast items, and welcoming staff. Very nice pool and hot tub. Would stay here again if ever back in Twin Falls. Would definitely recommend.

We needed 5 rooms for our family group staying Twin Falls for our son's wedding last week. We had made a reservation 3 months ago at Best Western Plus, but then cancelled when we found a rental house for our group. Unexpectedly, the rental home owner cancelled our reservation and refunded our money just a week before the wedding! In checking back with Lacy at Best Western Plus, she went the extra mile and found and honored our old reservation at the same good prices, even though it was a very busy weekend. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool and hot tub and generous breakfast menu!

My friends and I needed a place to stay on our way back home from our road trip and we chose Twin Falls, Idaho. Pros: Location- This hotel is easy to get to (it is right off the main highway) and is near by gas stations, restaurants, and a big shopping center. Staff- The hotel worker who checked is us was so nice and helpful, even being overwhelmed with countless phone calls. Pool- The pool is open 24 hours, clean, and they offer extra pool towels. Breakfast- At the time of our stay they did hot and cold options from 6-10 am. They offered items like pancakes, eggs, cereal, yogurt, and other breakfast goodies Cons: Elevator- there are 3 floors and only one VERY SLOW working elevator Wifi- not the best, would kick me off my device every now and then Beds- we asked for two queens but I think we got two doubles Overall...we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect and it really helped end our trip on a good note.

Great place to stay. Super affordable, friendly staff, and good breakfast included. Indoor pool and fitness center. We had no complaints. Plus it's right in the heart of Twin Falls. Absolutely perfect.

Very clean, comfortable, looks fresh and updated, pet friendly rooms have nice flooring rather than carpet. That added to the feel of cleanliness. Nice Staff! Excited to stay with BW again in the future!

The room rates were inflated by $100.00 since my last visit, not acknowledged as a Rewards Member, ignored for an extended period of time. an employee with 4 days on the job was struggling while the senior employee was on their smart phone.

Great place to stay. Close to Canyon for a great outdoor experience. Comfortable beds, quiet. Great internet service. Great breakfast, lots to choose from. The pool is clean and the hot tub is actually pretty hot.

Best Western was extremely clean. Sparkling clean. We had a very peaceful rest overnight. We were very impressed with the accommodations. The morning Breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns and milk. How can you beat that.

The front girl was very nice, polite and accommodating. We were tired and had a bad experience at another hotel in town. Speedy check in, great customer service. Very welcoming and clean atmosphere, amazing breakfast that had gluten and dairy free Options.

We enjoyed our stay in Twin Falls. Hotel was centrally located and within minutes of any destination we visited. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was open 24 hours which was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel for a night over the Memorial Day weekend. While the amenities are nice (pool, hot tub, and breakfast) we did have a couple issues. When we checked into a room, there was hair on the wall of the shower from the previous guest, so that was kinda gross. While the hair in the shower was clearly a staff issue, the second issue we had was the noise in the hotel. This cannot be at fault of the staff but more the fact that the property was sold out and many people were clearly enjoying themselves over the holiday weekend. The breakfast was good, however the area was very very crowded. Again, more an issue with hotel being sold out for the night. Overall value was OK, but would probably look somewhere else if we were to stay in the area again.

Dirty room, toe nail clippings on floor, dirty sink, toilet paper almost out and had to go ask for a roll. Checked out one day early. Room was not ready when we arrived. Had to go have dinner and go back then to a dirty room.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Twin Falls and had a wonderful overall experience. The staff welcomed me and made me feel appreciated & important. They were professional & friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

First hotel with laminate floors, as you know carpet no matter how it's vacuumed can be dirty, I felt very comfortable walking barefoot in the room, I wish all hotels would use laminate, I will stay at this hotel every time I am in the area, normally I don't use the breakfast but after seeing all the variety of foods we ate breakfast

The hotel was incredibly clean and appealing. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bedding was of a high quality. Breakfast consisted of omelettes, pancakes and sausage, the best of all the BW's we stayed while on our road trip.

We drove a few hours to see the Shoshone Falls light show and wanted to spend the night. I had pre-registered the day before arrival and called to request a room closest to the elevator as my mom is elderly and has trouble walking some distances. The clerk who took my call was very helpful. Upon arrival the check in was a little clunky as I was told our room wasn't ready even though I had mark we would arrive between 3 and 5 PM , it was 4:30 PM. The young lady didn't seem to have much authority and made a lot of excuses. There was another clerk there who really stepped up and got us checked in. She gave no excuses, just solutions. The rest of our stay was pleasant.

It's twin, easy enough to find and easy enough to get back on the freeway. Everything is close in twin, but the hotel definitely serves the purpose. The staff are super friendly and helpful and actually make conversation. With all the California people moving in it's nice to have have a little conversation about whatever and not be left thinking about what you said might have offended someone's feelings. Good job twin falls BW crew! Keep south Idaho hospitality in good spirits!

Rooms were clean and functional. Breakfast good. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Front desk...very disorganized. Gave us a room that wasn't cleaned when we got upstairs...twice. Thanks to housekeeping supervisor, we finally got in a room

Whether it be accommodating an unexpected room need, freeing up dryers after a rain storm for freezing soccer players, accommodating a late check out for hot showers....they did it all and we felt like family!

With all the raving reviews about this place, I expected more. It was your standard Best Western. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. It was nice having the pool open 24 hours. There were several times where we had it all to ourselves, as long as it wasn't prime hours! You are within walking distance to a couple of restaurants but crossing the busy street is kind of a pain. The breakfast was hot, but it was your typical hotel breakfast pre covid-19. It was nice that they provided something but it wasn't exceptional. Also, the closer your room is to the front, the more you hear the loud trucks at night which makes it harder to sleep. We would stay again but would probably look at other options first.

The reception desk were friendly and fast, even while training a new employee. The food prep people were great, friendly and 100% on top of things (Covid and all) Room and outside areas were clean and PET friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable. And the pool is open 24hrs, which is great if you get in late. The breakfast options were better than most continental breakfast. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

Best Western buying this Property/Hotel is very a good thing, we've stayed at this property years ago when it was previously Ameritel Inn. *night and day difference*. The Corporate responsibility (and accountability) make a significant difference for all areas with this location, in a region where retail/front of house Employees are fully comfortable being very rude (and have) told patrons to "kick rocks" if they're unhappy for any reason vs. this BW location going above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of rooms, professionalism of staff, quality and availability of amenities are top notch. The location is great also, within walking distance (if you choose) to many restaurants and other shopping. This was a very nice stay for us during an otherwise stressful trip. Their rooms are fully remodeled with modern decor (very stylish), very quiet even though there were Kids and Dogs in other rooms, you couldn't hear them, the breakfast was delicious and we loved the pool being open literally 24/7. If you want a quality, relaxing and friendly experience, look no further. Also, their rates are really competitive, I always shop rates with multiple Hotels in my travel areas and BW consistently has the best rates, especially when you consider the quality they pride themselves on. Keep it up Twin Best Western and thank you for a nice stay.

Check in staff, kitchen staff and cleaning staff made our stay fantastic. We had several questions during check in, which were all answered completely in a friendly and welcoming way. Kitchen staff and cleaning staff were equally helpful and friendly !!

We stay here frequently to visit our grandkids. Great value. Free breakfast and 24 hour pool and hot tub. Our grandkids spend most of the time swimming. They love it! We haven't been able to do this much recently due to the pandemic but I think everyone was very aware of social distancing practices and I felt safe enough.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning is always nice so can't complain too much.

In the last 2 weeks we have stayed at 4 Best Westerns, and this, by FAR was the BEST service we had. Not to take away from the others, great locations and service as well. From check-in to Breakfast the next day it was great. Rooms were spotless and loved the vinyl flooring! Lindsay was so nice at check in and helped me with our Rewards Points. She even gave an extra greeting to our fur baby! Zahra and Dyan were the ladies that had an AMAZING breakfast spread, ready and waiting for all the guests! We are not talking, brown bag to go, but FULL breakfast amenities! It was like visiting family with them and the other guests. Food was DELICIOUS! Omelets, real sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and so much more!

Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. The young lady running the front desk was very very helpful. Problem solving coming up with solutions for me. Room was very clean. I loved the pool/spa area was open 24hours.

We stayed a week at the Best Western Plus in Twin Falls and enjoyed our stay very much. They are offering a breakfast buffet w/hot food options rather than just a "bagged breakfast" like some other hotels, and everything in the breakfast area was kept extremely clean and sanitary. They also respected the law and respected our bodily autonomy by not harassing us or treating us any differently for being mask-free individuals. We greatly appreciate that. The hotel has been updated and was very clean and beds very comfortable. All the employees were very warm, welcoming, kind and genuinely caring. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as well.

Excellent value. Pet friendly was great. The room was large and comfortable. Easy access for our dog crate. Hotel staff at check in was friendly and quick. Parking no problem. Was cold, about 19, and they ran sprinklers in dog walk area so it was all ice. That wasn't good.

The room was clean. I had a room on first floor, great view of the parking lot. Lots of dogs barking and doors slamming. I was near the exit and maybe that was why but it made my cat very upset and was annoying to me. I had my pet with me and I it was obvious that folks with pets were on first floor. The "pet" area was a mess. The grass was dead, trash and dog feces all over the place. It was pretty disgusting ... They had an outdoor basketball hoop right in the middle of the dog area, which was strange. The plants on the side of the building esp the roses were dead and dying. It just looked really bad. The refrigerator made a lot of noise at night...but the room seemed very clean and well stocked. I sanitized everything before we came in, but that was only a precaution due to COVID. The free breakfast was okay, if you like prefab eggs and rubber sausage. Pretty standard breakfast. The clerks were courteous and friendly! and there was plenty of parking near the entrance. Maybe the neglect on the outside was due to COVID as well and maybe the hotel was closed for a while but they need to water their plants and clean up all the disgusting trash in the pet area, yuck!

We spent 2 nights at the Best Western. Check in was fast and efficient, breakfast was the nicest of anyplace we stayed on our 10 day trip, and our room was clean and comfortable. Our sink was incredibly slow to drain which we just accepted as we didn't think anybody would want to come in the room due to Covid. Not a big deal.

We were on the way to Yellowstone from Nevada. Great stop both for comfort and access to the falls. Their COVID precautions and protocols were impressive and very reassuring. Never felt compromised. It was quiet and felt well rested for the next leg.

Everything in the hotel was super clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. Great location. Everything is close. We enjoyed the Shoshone Falls, Centennial WaterFront Park, the mall, etc. Our family recommends staying here.

We looked forward to staying at this property. We pass thru Twin Falls once per year and tried to stay there in 2019. The property was closed for renovation due to water damage. Since the property was recently renovated, we thought it would be perfect this year! We were wrong. Upon checking in and unpacking in our room, we discovered our toilet would not flush. The young woman from the front desk tried to use a plunger on the toilet, but she could not get it working. We had to pack up and move to another room. Before moving in, I checked the toilet in that room and it worked properly. I should have also checked the SINK. It took forever to drain, but in time it did drain. With the Covid-19 issue, rooms are supposed to be cleaned and sanitized between use. If they were doing their jobs properly, wouldn't the staff have NOTICED these serious issues. It makes me question just how 'clean and sanitized' the rooms are at this property.

First of all, I want to say the room was clean. The toilet seat was broken, but useable. This hotel is allowing guest the use of the indoor pool 24/7. There were kids running up and down the hall and stomping around upstairs until after 12:30 am. I suppose this is probably just as much the parents non discipline problem as anything else, but i attribute part of it to the hotel for having the pool open all hours. When my husband tried calling the front desk the room phone did not work so he had to call with his cell phone. The hotel is also still advertising a hot breakfast, but are doing more of a grab and go, vs sit down, which should be advertised. Had I known I wouldn't have paid so much for this room and stayed elsewhere. I did notify the front desk at checkout and received the standard, "I will tell my manager". Do yourselves a favor, if you are stopping to sleep, stay elsewhere.

My friend and I needed a place to stay and stop at BW Twin Falls. The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful. Rooms were very clean and our stay was very nice. I definitely would stay here again.

The pool was open 24hrs, the kids thought that was awesome! Clean rooms, quick breakfast, they had a laundry room too, oh and SUPER nice staff! We were traveling with family and they had no problem putting us in rooms next to each other.

Hotel cancelled on August 4th, our reservations that we made on June 24th, for arrival date of August 11th, because they flooded on July 23rd! Do the math, it took them 10 days to have the courtesy to call us notifying us that they had flooded and we needed to find other accommodations! We had 6 days to find another hotel in the middle of summer!!! Inexcusable for Best Western. We called BW Head Quarters and lodged a complaint a week ago. BW Head Quarters never called us back or anything!

We stayed here on a summer driving trip and it was our worst hotel experience. The toilet did not flush properly, there was some mold on the walls, the mattress was soft and the light by the bed for reading, didn't work. It also had the sink separated from the bathroom which I find a shame.

We received a lovely reception on arrival at this hotel, ideally situated to walk most places in town. Our King room had a great bedroom, fab bathroom and a large sitting area as well as the usual fridge, etc. The coffee maker was straight out of ‘don't care about the environment' casting. Not only did it use a new pod each time (fair enough) but a new plastic tray too – come on guys! We'd booked breakfast but the only pluses were the lovely staff and the use of real plates and cutlery. The food was inedible and the coffee undrinkable. The breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests, which seemed to happen too often on this trip. Too many tables for 4 rather than 2. One girl was just sat updating her facebook status with her feet on one chair at a table for 4 – did the staff ask her to move? Nope. This when so many guests had to take their food back to their room to eat it. The experience was so bad that on our second morning we went elsewhere for breakfast, even though it was included in our rate. We did enjoy the blown up posters of Idaho attractions on the walls throughout the hotel – a good, local touch.

Our family typically will stay at the Best Western Plus while traveling and have never had any significant issues until now. We stayed for 3 nights during the hotel renovation in July 2019. Positives: Super quiet & comfortable bed - sleep well. Breakfast was Great, loved that we could make our own Omelettes Negatives: Cleaniness of Bathroom floor area and Shower were substandard - there was a dirty q-tip on the floor under the sink. We found a significant stain on a bath towel. We were in a Renovated room, but from what we saw it was sloppy work - caulking between wall and tub uneven/cracking; 14 1/2 Tiny Toliet...I'm only 5'4" and it's quite a longs way down to sit; large gap between the room door & floor; base trim in bathroom crooked; New floor has glue/stain residue left from construction; shower drain Slow - water backs up. I ever visit Twins Falls again, I'll pass at staying here...just not enough positives to outweigh the negatives.

We stayed in this motel in May 2018 as a base to see the Shoshone Falls (yes they are spectacular) and Perrine Bridge and after seeing Idaho City (a ghost town with lots of solid residents) and Snake River Canyon. Accommodation was good.

This older hotel is getting a much needed remodel, so just be prepared for that (July 2019). That being said, it was nice and clean. I wish with the remodel they could increase the insulation in the walls, it is really annoying to be trying to sleep, or relax, and all you can hear is the folks in the room above yours stomping around (I mean literally, stomping back and forth across the room!) or someone who decided they were more important than anyone else and didn't need to find a parking place, they just parked right outside our window, running in and out of the hotel, slamming their van door shut multiple times! Now, is there anything the hotel can do about the other guests....not really. All that being said, they were nice, the room was clean (we found two spiders, but I think that was because of the remodel as well) and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel is currently being renovated. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had many options... we loved that there were toppings for the waffle maker (fruit, granola, chocolate chips) and fresh options for the omlett maker

We have stopped at this best western on several occasions over the years. The room I was given this year is a total disappointment. The bathroom is SAD! The tub is chipped and the white surface is off it so black shows. The toilet is out of elementary school. I am 5 feet 5 inches and I feel I am on the floor. If your tall forget it. The room itself is clean and the air conditioning works very well. Not sure how they claim this room was just renovated.

In midst of remodeling and its very nice changes. Had 3rd floor room, which was re-done, very nice. Clean. Sink outside bath/toilet area. Had desk, lounge chair with ottoman, and chair. Seems great. On busy street but noise didn't seem to be an issue. Could walk to restaurant, Target, several places. Seemed great.

When we checked in they had no more handicap rooms available, however they did have some items that they could place in the bathroom that made it more suitable to our needs. Then our sink was not working properly, and they were quick to respond and get it fixed. Very satisfied with our stay and the helpfulness of the staff.

This is my second review of this hotel. It's a mixed bag for me. The biggest plus is the value. Because of current construction, half the hotel is boarded off on the 2nd and 3rd floors. That didn't bother us though too much though. Positives: *The pool is still great. *The breakfast is average. *Mostly clean (only found one long hair in the bathroom). *It is convenient to the interstate. *Kudos to the friendly helpful desk agent at check-in. *Good room decor. *Comfortable bedding. Drawbacks: *We didn't love how the elevator felt like it was dropping a little when it reached our floor along with a loud klunk sound. It was kind of nerve wracking. I opted for the stairs when I didn't need the elevator. *The lights in the bathroom counter area are blaring, a very unflattering fluorescent light for getting ready in. *No real view from this hotel, just parking lot. *Wifi didn't work. *Shower head sprayed water on ceiling until my husband tightened it. *Bed was sub par, hurt my back some. *Pillows were too thick. (Which is my general complaint to hotels in America!) In summary, I'd stay here again for the value but not for ambiance.

The front the staff was friendly enough, but the hotel suffers from being under construction and a number of small mechanical issues which take it down a couple notches. The Wi-Fi is noticeably slow, it was so slow that when I tried to run the speed test it didn't even run. I could do email about web page is loaded very slowly images were very slow and videos were basically unplayable. Mechanical issues included, in the room the refrigerator wasn't plugged in or working, was very wobbly, the toilet seat drooped halfway down which meant I had to hold it up. Breakfast was well-equipped however.

Convenient to the Perrine Bridge, visitor center, Shoshone Falls, and numerous restaurants. We had a nice quiet room, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and ate a good breakfast. Some renovations were occurring during daytime hours but didn't interfere with overnight stays.

The Twin Falls BW was great. Even though there had been an accidental break in a water line, everything went smoothly around the repairs. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great bed and a fantastic full breakfast. Excellent service all the way arouond.

Very nice hotel, convenient to lake Shasta and they had pull through spots for motor homes or boat with trailers, great rooms and great breakfast,, very friendly staff and so helpful, pool and hot tub was awesome

Room was clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was what you expect (prefab scrambled w sausage). I would stay here again for an overnight on my way somewhere. A little pricey compared to some really nice BW (like the lodge in Fargo -- the best BW by far). But it is fine.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and solid breakfast. We didn't use the pool, but it appeared clean and popular. Didn't have any trouble finding landing. We recommend it and would stay here again!

Clean spacious room with full complementary hot breakfast including make your own omlete and waffle station. Biscuits a little cold, but o really great stay. Did not get to try out indoor pool, but looked large and inviting. Staff friendly and complimentary toiletries.

Made our first visit to the grand dames of WY/MT national parks from CA—this was a convenient and pleasant stop in the perfect place after Reno—6hr drive, friendly town, amazing falls, friendly clean and modern hotel—good indoor pool, rooms modern and renovated, convenient to sites and restaurants.

We stayed two nights. Our room was very comfortable and clean. I felt like the location was good; everything we needed was close by. Our experiences with the staff were very positive. The breakfast area was very nice; there was ample seating and a great variety of choices available. I will stay here again.

We stayed Friday the 14th. Fresh cookies upon arrival were delicious! There was a fire alarm at 1:30am. We were kind of like ah, is it a false alarm? But then the front desk person came and knocked on everyone's door. Turns out there was an incident in 315. Sprinklers went off (just in that room) We were back in our room in two hours. Throughout it all it was clear our safety was paramount. I was really impressed with the response of all the staff and keeping us updated during it. Well done! The breakfast in the morning was excellent too. I had delicious coffee, bananas and hard boiled eggs.

We arrived after a long day of driving. The cookies were a nice treat at the front desk because we were hungry! Our room had a TV, fridge, microwave, clock, coffee maker, phone, and a hairdryer. Breakfast had a lot to choose from with sausage, eggs, bagels, and cereal. The beds were comfortable and this hotel had the best WiFi of the trip.

we have stayed here before. close to good restaurants and fast food places which ever you desire.The price is right and the place is kept up and in good shape. The staff is always friendly and help full.

Carpet was still wet from shampoo. All they could do was apologize. Horrible inconvenience to walk around on wet carpet all night. They could have offered a discount or something else, but the best they could offer was that at least I knew the carpet was clean. This was not true. It was still dirty.

It is an older property, needs some updating. However, it is clean and the bed sleeps really well. The TV connection seems to have some type of delay and fuzzy reception from time to time. The toilet was very low and had a strange height for a toilet. The toilet and tub were together and was small. Bath room sink which was outside was very slow in draining and I left the housekeeping a note regarding it. The staff was nice and I like the fact that the pool and hot tub was open 24 hours although I didn't swim. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. It was good for the price and the bed and pillow was a 5star. Breakfast was really great. Everything seemed fresh. Lots of choices. Also had your own omelette maker which is nice! Change the toilet to larger taller toilets and install a new thermostat and room 208 will be pretty good.

First time staying at a Best Western Plus.. Very nice rooms and excellent customer attention. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast staff were so nice, they help to start your day off right. Good location

Noise, Noise! Talked to Lacey she said that was to bad, the boys are normally better than that. I wont stay here again! Now I see why the other hotels in the area were full not one wanted to deal with this.

Spent one night here with the kids, large room, soft beds, quiet room, everyone slept well. Breakfast was great, ladies running it took it serious, thanks! Also, omelet maker. Downfalls, shower took literally 5 minutes to warm up. We booked a room with 2 kings and a queen two months previously, what we received was 3 queens, when we asked about it we were told it was because "our system hasn't updated yet" which made zero sense, and sounded to me like it had been repeated about a thousand times. Not a huge deal, but we expect the room we book.

We stop here every year on our way to Yellowstone. The hotel is always clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly! There us a very cool indoor pool and spa, laundry facilities and a tasty breakfast to wake up to!!

I will never stay here again. The hotel was filthy. It smelled like animal feces. There is not enough parking. There were not enough towels at the pool. There wasn't enough parking and they told my daughter to park the car two blocks away and walk back in a dark shady area. They said anywhere else we could be towed.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff was friendly. The room itself was ok but a rather odd configuration that sacrificed room in the bathroom. There was no place to hang or place your clothes in the bathroom for after your shower .. no shelf, no hook, nothing. The sink and vanity were in the room. The beds weren't very comfortable at all. Breakfast was the kicker though. The cream cheese (for the bagels) and sausage both tasted strange. We did fill out a Best Western survey after our stay and the GM of the hotel did address our concerns about the food and for that we appreciate it. Unfortunately, $140 a night is double what this place is worth. If we plan on stopping in the area again, we will likely be staying elsewhere.

The area was booked everywhere we tried. Next time we'll keep on driving. Staff was friendly, but it took a while to do a simple transaction. There's one elevator, it was not clean. The room was acceptable, but the walls were so thin, we could here the man next to us coughing all night. The people in the halls sounded like they were at the foot of bed. The bedding was rough and felt like things were crawling on us. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. We should have gone downstairs and got our high priced money back. I could have driven further if I had known it would be that bad. We didn't stay for breakfast, just wanted to get the hell out of there

Came to twin falls on a short family vacation. Stayed here as it was the best value for the price. Hotel was clean, staff were great, room was good for the price. Look forward to staying here again...

The owner/manager forbids dogs on the second and third floor - maybe someone needs to have a chat with him about ADA service animal mandates. We booked a king Jacuzzi suite, which turned out to be a small hotel room with a jetted tub in the corner, at a very high price. Much worse, however, was the presence of huge dumpsters, trash, construction garbage and just plain hazards filling the parking lot and dog relief area. Boards with nails and screws strewn in the dog area. Trash everywhere!!! Even the breakfast was NOT nearly as nice as in their pictures. The staff were pretty good.

Hotel in the middle of remodel. Couldn't tell by noise or dirt. New carpet in room great service and breakfast was perfect! Location right in the middle of shopping and food district. Easy to find and close to everything.

Always stay here on my way to vegas. the hotels renovation is on going. My room was fully renovated. Stayed on the third floor. Staff members were all excellent as always. Breakfast was up to their usual standard as always. Will be back when in the area.

Very nice rooms and amenities. The best breakfast experience you can have at a motel in this price range. People are geared to serve. Having access to items in the lobby that you normally would have to go out for was a nice treat. Beds are clean and comfortable and the TV big and clear. Great showers, too.

This hotel did everything the way it should be done. Friendly checkin,,.. great rooms, fitness and pool were good, and the breakfast was outstanding when compared to almost every other Best Western I've stayed at. The difference between average and excellence takes just a little bit of effort and an insignificant amount of cost, but the results are really worth it. Breakfast included fresh REAL fruit, non dairy milk, the standard breakfast items made fresh like they should be, coffee that has taste for a change (strong enough to be flavorful), buns that were super fresh, and served with china ware and real cutlery. The small things add up to making a real difference. Thanks for going that extra mile!

We love this property. Its not all that fancy but always has just what we need. Great pool and large hot tube that the kids love to swim in. Breakfast always seems to have all the extra goodies and variety..

When I arrived I found out that I had reserved a room in the wrong Hotel this happened on spring break and the FFA was in town so there was no vacancy luckily enough someone cancelled at the last minute and the Manager quickly reserved the rooms for me and gave me the rate I was quoted at the other Hotel. Staff is AMAZING and the BFast was very good.

Given all the work being done, the hotel was mostly clean and quiet. When I arrived there was food in my refrigerator and I was put by the stairs which was quite noisy, especially when a couple bus loads of terns showed up and did not consider how loud they were being.

Nice room, friendly staff. Great little stay just minutes from I-84. Bed could have been better, but there was lots of remodeling going on, so that might be in the works. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked nice and the breakfast looked adequate.

This hotel was great with a very friendly staff and a excellent breakfast with a multitude of delicious Choices for breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying there and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Top notch guest check in. Employees treated my veteran husband with the utmost respect. Clean inside & out, Bed was so comfy, slept the whole night ( which I never do ). Delicious boot & cold breakfast, extreme clean, fresh fruit & yummy waffles. Highly recommended!

A warm and welcoming place. The room was spotless and spacious and it had a recliner for me to rest my legs! The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet for a great nights rest. The included breakfast was amazing!

I stayed at the BW is Post Falls, ID and I enjoyed my overall experience! Hotels aren't really my thing to begin with; however, they seem like a well-managed franchise. Friendly staff, top-notch breakfast, clean room, and excellent amenities. The price was great, too! Bed was quite comfortable and not ghetto like so many hotels' beds are!

The rooms were slightly dated but they were working on that. We choose this hotel because they allowed pets. I was pleased that they rooms did not smell of pets. We were pleased with the comfort of the beds.

The BW Airport Inn we frequent @ Boise was over $100 so I did a little checking and thx to Trip Advisor reviews opted to stay in Twin Falls. We not only saved over $25 but stayed in a nicer room. Wonderful customer service. Lacey at the front desk, who was so nice on the phone and even sweeter in person, placed us in a ground floor handicap accessible room. My husband wears a leg brace so every step matters and we appreciated her thoughtfulness. Nick was smiling and friendly as I returned the world's noisiest luggage cart. Fresh cookies in the lobby were hard to resist (so I didn't !) Our room was well appointed with a leather recliner, mini fridge w/freezer, microwave, and flat screen TV with lots of channels. It appeared the hotel is in the process of refurbishing and hope bedside charging station for electronics will be added, cuz I had to hunt for an outlet. Free wifi w/ample signal strength to check the weather for the rest of our trip. Beds were super comfortable with heavenly pillows. Generous supply of thick & thirsty bright white towels. Continental was above & beyond standard with make your own omelette station, freshly scrambled eggs & home fried potatoes, Greek yogurt with fruit, and lots of other hot & cold choices. Or, if you prefer a proper restaurant meal, we noticed a Perkins on our way out of town. Wish we would have had more time to stay and enjoy the area but we were just passing through but will remember for next time :-)

Stayed here a couple nights ago. The front desk person “ Heather “ was so friendly and helpful. She gave a coupon for one of the local restaurants. The room itself was very well appointed. Microwave, fridge, large tv, comfy king size bed, comfy recliner chair....the room was also quite quiet. The breakfast was very good with a large variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Rumors that bathrooms are getting updated soon. They are due.....good breakfast, great desk service, including calling for transportation to and from airport and golf course. Guidance to and from nearby eating establishments would be helpful.

everything was clean and friendly staff. the breakfast was very good, close location to where we were having meeting pool area looked very inviting forgot my suit . elavatore was close to our room so was convient for my husband.

The stay was great. The breakfast was unbelievable. We weren't looking for a 5 star hotel as we knew we wouldn't be in the room much, and the rooms here were perfect! We will definitely be back when we visit Twin again.

All ready for bed but when we pulled back the threadbare covers there was hair on the sheets. The pillows were very wrinkled and when I smelled them they smelled like an old mans oily head... Called the front desk & the young fellow there moved us to another room without hesitation. The new room bedding was clean but everything is so old - mattresses, bedding & pillows all need to be replaced. I removed the pillow covers & there was saliva stains on the pillows. We will not stay there again.

Check in was easy with Nick. The room was nice. There was a sink in the bathroom and a wet bar sink in the room. There was a hanging rack but no closet. The breakfast was very good as everything was freshly cooked. They had china plates and real silverware. Hot chocolate was available. They also had eggs, sausage, cereal, and the other food items typical for a hotel breakfast.

Stayed here on a business trip. Was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Rooms were very clean and bed was perfect. Breakfast was really good. The service was also really good. Would stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling back from the holidays and our suburban broke down 30 miles out of town on New years eve. We had our two dogs with us. I called the Best Western in Twin Falls and they were able to accomidate us with our two dogs. Wehad to stay two nights due to all the mechanics being closed on New years Day. Jan 2 we were able to get our suburban to the mechanic. Check out was at 1:00. The front desk person asked the manager if we could stay in our room a bit later without an extra fee while the car was being fixed. They did let us stay longer and we were so thankful espectially with the dogs. We were able to stay a few extra hours in our room rather than wait outside or at the mechanic shop while our vehicle was being fixed. we were very thankful for the good customer service at this Hotel. There were also good places to eat near the hotel and a grocery store nearby.

This was a great experience. I am glad I used Priceline to get this room. With 2 queen beds. I was impressed it had a small fridge/ freezer so I could put my ice pack and insulin in and did not have to make due with the ice bucket. The microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, iron and even a blow dryer were all added luxuries! I have already recommended this Hotel to friends!

On my way to Missouri I reserved a room at Best Western as I didn't want to drive through and kill myself The exterior has a good paint job, and pleasing landscaping, and the lobby was comforting and immaculateI was pleasantly surprised to find there is a pool at the hotel which I believe is open 24/7. The employee at the front desk was super friendly, and highly efficient All the other employees went out of their way to be helpful, and you cannot beat the price!

This hotel offers convenience in location to the traveler on a road trip. The room we occupied was comfortable with a cozy bed, a modern bathroom, and there is also a fridge and a microwave. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which is very adequate. We were pleased with this accommodation and can recommend it to any traveler!

We had a long drive from Vegas when we stopped here at Twin Falls. The "Plus" staff was friendly, efficient, and even had warm cookies out. Our room had a nice sunset view and the moon was coming up. Restaurants were within walking distance, and some discounted their prices if you stayed at the Best Western Plus. Our room was quiet and we slept well. In the morning hot coffee and breakfast were available and express check-out. We also left a sweatshirt in the room, and when we contacted the Best Western Plus, they went the extra mile and mailed it back to us. We are very appreciative of their attention. Thank you for excellence in all regards.

The hotel was fairly clean and there was ample parking. The walls were very thin, however, and the linens were itchy. The thin walls paired with people running the halls all hours of the night made for a very late night. The mattress was fairly lumpy, too.

The check in process was easy enough, normally use app but it was just easier to walk in and get a room. The rooms would be just a tad nicer by an update. But most of all what I liked it was clean and I felt safe, I would stay here again if passing thru as that was what we were doing!

After a long drive to Twin Falls, we were very glad to be welcomed at the Best Western Plus in Twin Falls Idaho. There was even a tray of cookies to enjoy. The accommodations are excellent with up to date furnishings and very clean and comfortable rooms! Breakfast offers a wide variety of food items.

Decent for the price. Wish it was cheaper. But overall stay was great. Breakfast is decent as well. Location is great. We wanted to see Soshone Falls and so the area is very welcoming knowing there wasn't really any area outside of Twin Falls.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The pool area looked nice, though ooohhhh didn't use it. My room was showing it's age a bit, but it was also clear that it was being cared for, and possibly updated. The bed was comfortable, there was a very comfortable recliner in the room, as well as a desk and chair. The TV was large, and had a decent amount of channels, but the picture kind of flickered quite a bit. Overall, it was a good stay for the price.

Pleasant one night stay. Room included 2 queen size beds, cable tv, and wifi. The lobby area was beautiful, however, the room we stayed in or the building we were in seemed a bit older. The staff was superb and the continental breakfast was also delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, normal pastries, breads, cereals and such. Happy to see they were pet friendly with a small fee. Convenient location

We stayed here last night for one night. We had to wait a bit to check in as the single person working the front desk was dealing with a reservation on the phone. Once off the phone, he was competent and friendly. Our room was nice, king bed, which was comfortable. Usual amenities such as fridge, microwave, hair dryer, toiletries, coffee pot. I noticed an odd smell when we entered the room and couldn't quite put my finger on it...B.O.?...cigarette smoke...? I'm pretty sensitive to smells. I went to turn down the heater unit and realized the smell was coming out of it and it smelled to me like very stale, slight smell of cigarettes and body odor. I turned the unit off and opened a window quite a bit despite the low outside temps. The room eventually smelled better and we were able to hear all of the activity in the parking lot throughout the evening. It was fairly busy. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options, but overall the quality of the food wasn't very good. The staff working were very nice and accommodating to people with special requests. Probably wouldn't stay here again. For the same money I'd be willing to try other options. It is located on the main drag in Twin Falls.

We have stayed here a few times over the years and are always satisfied with the location, cleanliness, room size, and the fine breakfast. The only trouble this last visit is that the basin drained extremely slowly. Once reported, the maintenance person attended to the matter.

We arrived here after a very long driving day, the room was spacious, the beds comfortable & the breakfast very good. The location was also good, easy walk to any number of restaurants, what more can you ask for!

Upon arrival at the hotel we walked into our room (#345?) and the bed was visibly sagging in the middle, the runner (cover thing on the end of the bed) was dirty, and I called the front desk to get a new room. They upgraded us to a room with a sofa in it and the bed was a bit better but not great. In this room (#307) the toilet was dirty, the shower didn't work well and had very low water pressure (drizzle). We were tired and in town for a funeral so we just stayed and didn't say anything else. Now, onto breakfast. We ate breakfast at 9:00 AM (they serve breakfast till 10:00 AM) Everything looked pretty picked over and had clearly sat for a while. I chose a bagel which was hard before I toasted it and even harder afterward. I tossed it out and then made a waffle. My hubby on the other hand, tried their biscuits and gravy. He now refers to them as "ricochet biscuits" because "you took a bite and your teeth ricocheted out of your mouth" and the gravy was "luke warm" and didn't look very good from where I sat. We went out to the front desk and told the lady who gave us $20 and we went down the road to Shari's (great food) and ate there. Second night, we found ourselves locked out of our room so we made the trek back downstairs to the front desk, the man fixed the key and then followed us to our room to make sure it worked. He then tried to fix the shower (bless his heart) but after it wouldn't heat up above luke-warm. The bed was blah... We usually have great service at Best Western's (which we did) The staff was very nice and tried to help us out. They told us upon leaving that they are remodeling next month and will have all new beds. We will take that into consideration if we find ourselves in Twin Falls again.

Our room was fine; reasonably comfortable bed; clean; good wi-fi; quiet (except for the dog down the hall in 310 that barked every time someone walked past their door). I don't like using plastic or paper cups which this room had; several BW have gone to 'real' glasses and coffee cups. I'm guessing that the tile chosen for the reno is not popular with the cleaning staff-it shows every shoe print and all of the dirt that is brought in. Breakfast was the worst I have had in a long time at a BW. The choice was fine; but everything (except a muffin) that I chose was not good. The eggs were rubbery, hard at the edges and definitely did not taste fresh (more like they were from an egg white bottle mixed with something from the egg yolk bottle); ditto with the sausage patties that were charred and VERY salty; the potatoes were cold (this one's on me as I know not to take from the last few servings). We have stayed here 3-4 times and everything has always been good so I will put this down to a 'one-off'.

This was not the nicest BW we've ever stayed at. It was ok but could use some updating. The shower in our room needed to be redone. The room was large and even offered a recliner for relaxing (should have two though so each person could enjoy). The front desk staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms because our fridge didn't work and she came up immediately with new room keys. Breakfast and breakfast staff not so traveler friendly. The juice machine was broken which also meant there was no cold water. I asked for water and she indicated that there was hot water and I said I was hoping for cold. After some hesitation she stated that she could make a pitcher of water to put out. I thanked her and she did but unfortunately she seemed a little put out. Also they advertise on the door of breakfast room that they have hot rolls and scones every day but there were none available that morning. There are other BW properties nearby that we would probably try next time we are going through Twin Falls.

The staff was professional and courteous. The breakfast was delicious! Rooms were clean and heat was easy to adjust to our desired temperature. No problem having our dog with us! We were stuck there due to vehicle troubles...they made the forced stay very pleasant!

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Twin Falls. It is centrally located, restaurants are nearby and breakfast is very good. We had a suite with a sofa and king bed, and there was a mini fridge and microwave as well. Bath and bed linens were very nice. There is an indoor pool, which we saw lots of people using, but we did not use.Overall, a very nice stay

They were so welcoming clean organized and helpful. Definitely a great experience.great service breakfast and room. Extremely clean and detailed. Loved the hot tub in the room. Everything was comfy and welcoming.

There were many good points to this hotel. It was safe, quiet and very clean. My room was good-sized and had all the standard amenities, fridge, microwave, wide-screen TV, work desk, iron/board etc. And the bathroom was spotless. But they only have ONE handicap-accessible room in the hotel and it has two tiny "double-beds", not even queen-size much less a king-size!!!!! Also, their WiFi was the worst that I have had in any BW in the past 5 or 6 years. It kept disconnecting me while I was doing my emails; I mean like six times. And it was difficult to reconnect.

Not sure how this hotel rates to be called a best western plus as it is not up to the standard of most of the other best western plus hotels we have stayed in. It is definitely in need of a remodel and upgrade. Great location and the staff was very friendly. The lobby and public areas were small and disappointing and not like the photos on the website. Our room had a strong smell of pets and even after staff came and sprayed the carpet the smell was still there. It probably will smell better when the carpet is replaced. Bed was comfortable but some of the pillows had a smell even though the bedding was clean and fresh. Breakfast room was crowded and the blueberries were good. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Would probably stay there if had a good rate.

Long time BW Diamond Member . Arrived very late at night and almost did not get parking . Very tight parking lot If I was in a moving truck or another larger it would have been a problem . Check in staff “ Tyler” very nice . 24/7 pool / hot tub looked nice Rooms , very old , tired. See pics below . Not ok for Plus rating Breakfast / sub par . I really feel that the BW brand is slipping in regards to its quality control . I give the BW brand about 30 plus night a year , but these days I seen to get MUCH better service and experience with the Hilton brand properties for close to the same price Nice looking Hilton Garden inn around the corner will probably stay there next time . They have a large parking lot and hotel looks a lot brighter and more inviting . I would stay there next time Just old brown sort of gross looking rooms I know ....I know .....there going to say .....we are renovating soon .....

Traveling across country with my dog and found this hotel on AAA.com with 3 diamond ratings. To say that AAA was so far off the mark is an understatement. The hotel put us way in the corner near the back of the building because we had a dog. I do understand they keep dogs in certain rooms, but this, by far, was the absolute worst room we have ever stayed in during our cross country trip. Upon entering the room, the smell of deodorizer was highly noticeable and the carpets were very stained. The rooms are VERY outdated and the furniture is old and scratched up. The television screen kept jumping and it was having major issues and hard to watch. The king bed we stayed in had a big dip in the middle and we were rolling down towards the middle all night and everytime you moved, the headboard would make a loud noise. Breakfast was the standard fare, and nothing worth writing about. For a Best Western Plus, this was definitely not worth the 3 star rating or cost, not to mention the $20 pet fee. This at it's absolute best is a 2 star.

This Best Western is conveniently located. There are things close by to do, and lots of stores and restaurants. Our stay was pretty nice. A couple of things that would have made it nicer is to have softer pillows. The ones in the room were rather firm and I woke up with a migraine from them. Also, having additional places to plug in your computer would be nice. Otherwise, everything was nice and we would stay here again.

Breakfast was delish, so many options thank you to your breakfast staff made our mornings even better we didn't have to leave hotel and buy food. Your staff were a blessing Randy for making the booking process so easy very professional and to the young man who helped me print out documents I needed with no hesitation and no charge they have computers and printer for guests. Overall the room was spacious and comfortable even though our key card didn't work the 2nd night and had to go downstairs your staff handled the situation respectively and made me feel better. Thank you Best Western would stay here again.

We loved the pool and hot tub and that it was 24-hours. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. I like that the sink and mirror are outside the bathroom with the toilet and shower. The breakfast was nice with variety, but they did run out of a couple of items, biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns and didn't put anymore out while we were eating.

I was so impressed, by the suggestion for dinner. I always like to eat local and not only did we get a great suggestion, the reservation call was made, and we were given a % off coupon. In the morning we were able to get a grab and go to take on our hike. The entire stay made us feel welcome. Great place to spend time.

This is a very nice BW. Very helpful staff, nice rooms, and they accept a pet. The young lady at the front desk told us about Shoshone Falls and gave us directions to see it. It was a hightlight of our trip on the way to Montana. If she had not told us we probably would have missed it.

From check in to check out everything was easy. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor pool and spa. Plenty of clean towels. Bed was super comfortable and air worked great. Great place to stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. The King sized room was spacious and we loved the sofa bed for our 3 year old. Breakfast was not good, but fairly average for a continental hotel chain breakfast.

2 handicapped parking spots nothing can be done when unregistered cars park there. Staff do nothing and wont even acknowledge the issue just cries and becomes very defensive. Didn't even offer to help

Very friendly staff. Breakfast is great. They actually use real bowls, plates and silverware. Great location. The bottom line for me with any hotel is if I were in the area would I stay there again. I would definitely stay here. Value you get for the price you pay is exceptional.

There are many hotels in the Twin Falls area, so we chose the Best Western Plus because of the positive reviews. But we were incredibly DISAPPOINTED in this hotel! When we entered our room, the room room smelled of smoke and it was freezing! I immediately called the front desk to ask how to turn off the AC, and she told me that it was controlled by the thermostat on the was. Evidently, it was broken, because the AC kept blasting no matter how high I turned the dial. When I reported the smoke, she said that the entire hotel was nonsmoking so it must be "someone smoking outside." Next, we noticed that the mini refrigerator had been pulled out of the cabinet and was sitting on the carpet - strange! When we found a movie that we wanted to see, the cable cut out after a few minutes and the screen displayed a message from the cable company. When I called the front desk, she said there wasn't anything she could do about it "unless they got an entirely new cable box." By this point, all we wanted to do was get some sleep and get out of there! After freezing through the night, we got up to take a hot shower, and lo and behold - the shower switch is broken so the water could only come out of the bath faucet! Please BEWARE of this hotel. Not all rooms are created equal - you may pay for a cozy room, a working shower, a pleasant decor, and cable tv entertainment and receive NONE of the above. It was so unfair to make us pay for this stay - we would've been better off in an outdoor tent with a flashlight and a bucket of water!

My wife and daughter stayed here for 3 days while exploring the Snake River and Sun Valley area and this Best Western was perfect. Family friendly place with helpful-cheerful staff, 24 hour pool and fitness facilities which was great after a long day and night out and about. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the internet worked very well. If you are driving in from north of the Snake river as we did the hotel is very conveniently located. We would certainly stay here again.

Check-in was quick and the room was clean and well equipped. There was a microwave and fridge, which we used. We were traveling with our small dog and the room we received, a pet room, was still very nice. Would stay here again.

We were on a cross country road trip, and had a long drive from the Denver, Colorado, to Twin Falls, Idaho. After approximately 12 hours of driving, we pulled into the Best Western Plus in Twin Falls. We made prior reservations, on-line, so when we arrived our room was ready and waiting. The room was very nicely appointed, it was clean, and was quite large, in our opinion. The room was air conditioned when we arrived, which was nice, as the temperatures had been warm the entire travel day. The AC was easily regulated with a wall thermostat. If you are hungry, there are quite a variety of restaurants in the general vicinity of the motel. We chose to eat at Applebee's, and found their entree's very tasty. After returning to the Best Western, my wife decided to use the fitness room and I took a swim in the pool. I can speak for the pool … it was very nice! It's big enough to swim a few laps and burn some calories. They offer free WIFI in the rooms, which worked very well, (strong signal), so that was helpful when checking e-mail. On checking out in the morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast in the breakfast lobby. They had standard breakfast fair, (eggs, sausage, bacon, several types of juice, coffee, pastry, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and fruit.) There were plenty of tables for all lodgers who choose to eat. Finally, as I was checking out I noticed a beautiful picture of a water fall, behind the reception desk. I asked the reception person if the pictured falls were near by? She handed me a 1/2 sheet of paper with instructions on how to get to Shoshone Falls. It took only 10 minutes to get there … don't miss the falls! They are spectacular! It's the Snake River flowing over a precipice in the Snake River Canyon. All highly recommended!

We have stayed at this location twice. Everything is acceptable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and breakfast is pleasantly served in a nice dining area. The A/C did a great job of cooling but it was a little noisy for a light sleeper.

This hotel has been renovated since my last road trip stay. It is very nice and clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. I would recommend this on a roadtrip! Just an FYI - The hotel staff did a one cent check on my credit card at check -in, which unfortunately sent an alert to VISA, and my card was locked! I noticed the next day when I was trying to get gas. Not the hotel's fault, but something to consider as not all BW hotels do the one cent charge, and that it may flag customer's credits cards and get them locked out. I fixed the problem over the phone the next day, but was lucky that my travel companion had a visa we could use for gas, as we had no cash.

I reserved a room through the bestwestern.com site and when I arrived with my confirmation email they told me that they couldn't find my reservation and that they are independently owned. They told me

BREAKFAST was not worth getting up for. Staff were rude & everything had ran out. Waited 25 Minutes for boiled water & then gave up. Would not stay here again. Drinking water only available at breakfast.

This hotel os amazing! Great staff! Great 24 hour pool! Comfortable rooms! We love coming to this motel. We only live 40 miles away but come here as often as we can just to get away from home for the night. We love the pool and hot tub! And we love that it is available all night because there is nothing better than a soak in a hot tub at the end of a long day!

After spending a week in the Canadian Rockies and then traveling to the west coast we were on our way back east a made a stop in Twin Falls for the night. The staff was friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to dining.

Left a bag and their staff went out of their way to ship it and get it back to us. They were friendly, caring and an overall great hotel. I love their pet policy which is one of the main reasons we stay at Best Western when we travel with the family.

The halls are not air conditioned. Pretty annoying hauling luggage and kids in a hot swampy hallway. The bathrooms are a one star only. Old, dingy, and yellow. Yuck. The pool was super refreshing spent an hour with the kids in there.

Another first! We planned our vacation on where we were going to go, but not stay. Found this place and glad we did. The service was great and the room were very nice. The pool was awesome as well. This place was is a great place to come if your ever in Twin Falls. Everything was awesome! I recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay. I was a little apprehensive when I realized it was in town but it was very quiet. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, there is an elevator and the staff was great. Amazing breakfast, there was something for everyone. Pet friendly, nice area to walk the dog. There is a small area that has a basketball hoop and picnic tables.

This was the best hotel we stayed in out of four on our recent trip. Very nice and spacious rooms with a recliner!! Front desk gals were so nice and accommodating. Maddie and Allysen. My only complaint was there are no outlets for cell phone or anything else by the beds and dispensers for soap and shampoo in the shower were empty.

I am a big fan of Best Westerns as a mid range, nice venue, when on a road trip. I was disappointed with my stay at this particular BW. Wall paper peeling, mattress uncomfortable, overall looking like it needed a bit of rejuvination. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast just average.

Great hotel! Super clean and comfortable rooms. 24 hour access to the pool and hot tub is a huge plus. Will definately add to our places to stay while traveling and will recommend to family and friends.

The hotel location is close to Costco, Target, and many restaurants within one mile. Ample free parking. Our room was quiet (top floor, room 338). The room had a refrigerator/freezer combo, coffee maker, and microwave. Bed was a little soft but comfortable. They had a small 24 hr fitness facility (one treadmill, one elliptical, weight machine, and two stationary bikes). Breakfast was served from 6am each day. There was the normal complementary hot/cold fare for a Best Western Plus. Bonus: we were greeted with complementary cookies in the evening. Basic hotel, very friendly staff, conveniently located, and most of all, our room was very quiet and clean. We would stay there again.

WiFi was virtually nonexistent. After trying for 20 minutes to get past the “Password” phase (kept getting “No internet connection” or “password incorrect”.....it WAS correct), my wife called the front desk. Their canned response was “we'll reboot the system”. I say canned because because they no doubt get complaints every day and night and I know “reboot” is absolutely everything in the world they know about their WiFi and the only thing they can tell their guests when they receive complaints. The fact that they advertise WiFi and the knowledge that they almost certainly receive complaints regularly makes one hope that MAYBE somewhere along the line someone might pick up some troubleshooting tidbit or better yet improve their WiFi capacity. After an hour or so, my wife finally got a connection only to lose it almost immediately. Thereafter, it was up and down, then up, then down all evening. I NEVER got access. Bottom line. If you must have access to the internet and must depend on the hotel's WiFi to get there, don't stay here. For me it was mostly just irritating that they advertise WiFi and can't really deliver it. If WiFi isn't important to you, this property is fine. The room was spacious, appeared to be clean, and was pretty much what you would expect from the average BW hotel. There was a large and very comfortable recliner in the corner of the room. Breakfast was a bit better than the average BW property. All items were well stocked. They provide real plates and silverware and ample seating. Check in went smoothly and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near dozens of restaurants.

Another stop on our Idaho road trip. Welcoming and accommodating staff, excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable, not noisy at all for us. Breakfast was good with items regularly replenished. No hassle when we asked to cancel our second night due to a change in our itinery.

We stopped for one night during a road trip. The room was fine - roomy, clean, and quiet. We asked the staff to put three large containers of frozen food in the hotel freezer and they accommodated that special request. I didn't finish my breakfast of pre-cooked egg-thing and dried to a crisp potatoes. The bacon was OK. I have a line of whether the included breakfast is acceptable and this was below the line.

We really enjoyed staying here for 4 days. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage for us, it was also very nicely furnished. The location was excellent with several restaurants in walking distance and only a short way from the visitor centre and the fantastic gorge. The wonderful Shoshone Falls are a very short drive away. The breakfast was probably one of the best we've had in an American hotel, it had everything you could want. The young lady who seemed to be in charge of the breakfast room for 3 of our 4 days was superb at her job and worked very hard. We noticed the difference on her day off, unfortunately we didn't take note of her name.

If you like your room sounding like someone is shooting a firehouse into your room at night (neighbors taking a shower), and dogs barking, then this place is for you. Seriously, did the builders put the piping next to the beds so as to make guests think, "I feel safe in case there's a fire." It's too bad I came here after driving across country and needing a place to lay my head. Whitenoise does not mean dogs and water.

Three of us stayed for three nights in two rooms at this BW. I haven't been disappointed yet by a BW--and this property extended the run. Because I had strained a muscle in my left leg and did not know if the motel had two floors and an elevator, we asked in advance for first-floor rooms. The staff obliged, and I'm grateful. Upon arriving, I saw that the motel is two floors, with an elevator, which was not entirely clear on the website (though I may well have missed it). The room was very clean and quiet. Really liked having a frig for food that we purchased for picnic lunches. I have already recommended this BW to friends planning a trip to southern Idaho.

Loved this hotel. Incredibly clean. Great breakfast. Very courteous and helpful staff. We stayed after visiting Yellowstone on our way back to Nevada. Very near restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The hotel had the best assembled book in our room on local places to eat, shop, etc. that I have ever seen in a hotel room. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in Twin Falls at the Best Western Hotel. We had several rooms booked for a Weddind and guest relations was so helpful, friendly and accomidating to our group. The rooms were very clean and nice, the breakfast was great with a great selection of items to choose from. Thanks for a great stay.

After looking at the picture on TripAdvisor the picture is for the Twin Falls LDS temple. They are two miles away from each other. I don't know how they can put up a picture that doesn't show what their hotel actually looks like. It's a nice hotel, but not that nice.

That's what we first saw when entering Twin Falls, that deep canyon below the bridge. That was spectacular! The Best Western Plus was very good. We opted for the 3rd Floor for the peace and quiet and it was indeed. The room was well furnished as usual, the king bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. What's more, the cost was relatively cheap, a lot different than many other hotels we stayed at on this latest swing through the desert West. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

A nice, modern place. Ample sized rooms near city amenities. Friendly staff. Three stories and an elevator. A good value for a nights stay. Not far from the snake river. The best price value on our trip so far.

We got to spend two nights here and we have had a great stay. The room is very clean and everything seems to work just fine. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet. The breakfast area was very nice and the food items were always stocked, I saw her refill the eggs and sausage while we were eating. They even had fat free milk which we like to drink and it was cold. They even had motorcycle parking marked off for us and that is a big Best Western Plus for us.

This hotel has fallen behind in its upkeep. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Housekeeping does solid work. But rooms and fixtures are dated, run down and generally feel like they have been ignored too long. My room smelled musty. Curtains did not properly darken the room. Plumbing, electrical fixtures and climate control are outdated. Carpets, furniture and walls are worn.

In summary, we were not really impressed for a number of reasons. First off my wife found old cookie pieces from a previous stay. But that was not the only turn off. When I got into bed the whole bed seemed to shift like it was falling apart. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and quite worn out. When I got up in the morning I went down to the free breakfast. It was about 40 minutes after it opened. There were no napkins in the dispenser by where you pick up your utensils. When staff was advised of this the staff bluntly told that person to go over to another dispenser partially hidden on another wall. The milk was not placed in the dispenser but was left on the counter and was warm. The salt & pepper shakers were all located on one table in the middle of the room and not placed on individual tables. The quality of the food was satisfactory. The breakfast staff seemed to be very lethargic and uncaring about providing service to the customers during breakfast. Any inquiries were replied to in a very short blunt sort of way. I would assume that either they were very unhappy or were both just having a very, very bad day. In any event I was not impressed by this attitude. Since we stayed the previous night at the Best Western Plus in Kennewick, Washington we were to say the least very disappointed given the difference with our experience here. I would rate our stay a generous Average. Not something I would expect from a Best Western Plus.

Best Westrens cater to prove with pets which I think is smart. My labs would be broken hearted if we left them for a month several best westren hotels have asked us to set up play time with guests that have been there for a long time because of work they live the fact they can get puppy hugs it's like a little bit of home Besides best westren hotels are just plan nice places to stay

Website looks great but that is where it ends. We have stayed at BW establishments all over the world and this one ranked at the bottom. Staff at check-in was more concerned about her cell phone than tired guests after a 10 hr drive. Room had a terrible odor, and bed was large but severely sank in the middle. Mentioned this at check-out and was told all new furnishings are coming in November- Too late for me. Breakfast was supposed to be ready between 6am and 9am- With another long drive ahead, we wanted to eat and hit the road- Only one person was tending to the breakfast and nothing was ready- water for oatmeal or tea was cold, waffle batter was not out.... The "maintenance man" who checked us out did not seem to care about our concerns. Not the best $100 ever spent- and will not return to this hotel.

Good customer service and exterior of hotel was pleasing. The rooms were very outdated and sink was clogged, food or other substance caked on wall next to sink, phone and television not working. The phone and television was unplugged for some reason and should be ready for guests. Check in and out was easy and staff at front desk were friendly. Breakfast hot food consists of biscuits and gravy with eggs, cereal, fruit breads and yogurt. Would have liked to see healthier alternatives to the current hot food items.

We have been staying in BW+ in many states over the last couple of years as we travel around the country. This one is actually better than most. We got a quiet and clean room at the end of the hall on the first floor. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Felt good after a long drive. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The only down side is the free breakfast. Not the best in the chain but it will get you going. It's Okay if you are dragging some rug rats with you. Otherwise I would go elsewhere. We are retired so spending money for kids is not a concideration. Overall I would return.

We travel over three thousand miles for our trip stayed in Best Western Hotels all the way. Good prices , clean rooms, quite areas, ease of access of highways. When we travel by vehicle again, BEST WESTERN all the way.

We have stayed at this hotel before, and have always been satisfied. They provided us with a room that was convenient to the dog walking area. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. My only minor suggestion is that the hotel is getting a little older, and could probably use a little refreshing. I reported a problem with the faucet leaking in our bathroom sink, and have no doubt that it was taken care of for the next guest. This will continue to be my hotel choice when visiting Twin Falls.

This hotel had great service, large rooms, comfortable beds, clean, fair price, convenient location. I recommend this hotel when staying in Twin Falls. Note: We took the stairs as the elevator is slow.

Seemed to me that they're doing good updates on the hotel. I liked that they had a hot tub which was actually hot. Most hotels are luke warm at best. Breakfast was also good, with lots of choices for families.

This really a very nice place and I hated to have to downgrade it for lack of simple charging cube that just about everyone provides and is needed by many travelers. The room was spacious. It was clean and provided just about everything. The conditioner dispenser for the shower was broken and a maid should have caught it. I notified the desk as we left. there was the usual microwave, TV, phone, hair dryer, and fridge. Breakfast was decent with waffles, yoghurt, some eggs, frozen berries, toasts. The decaf coffee was lukewarm - probably because it was late and it may have sat around since first made. The other coffee was hot.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room are older, but have been updated. (Meaning, the bathrooms are a bit on the small side as older hotels were). The breakfast was good, and again, the staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The view was nice and the hotel was close to boutique eateries in the older downtown area. We had great views of the river, and there was an amazing river walk on the opposite side of the street from the hotel. We would stay here again in the future.

Our group of 20 was completely satisfied with the experience. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The quality of the rooms, the atmosphere of the place and the helpfulness of the staff left a lasting good impression.

This hotel was the last of our 1 night stops at many Best Westerns across the country while driving from Florida to Seattle. The hotel was very nice and the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours although we were too tired from a 13 hour drive that day to use them. The only downside would be that it is a few miles off the main highway although it did present us with many options for eating and gas this way. I would definitely stay here again if I ever found myself in Twin Falls.

The staff are very friendly. The appearance of the hotel is amazing. We didn't encounter any issues on this trip and I had a group of 20 that was I responsible for. The rooms were very nice and felt like home!

Excellent check in experience. Room 146 is very comfortable albeit with a little hallway noise being near the back entrance. The bed was REALLY soft even by Best Western standards but not uncomfortable. Hot tub was clean and functioned properly. GREAT towels!! One of the nicest breakfast rooms in the chain imo. Zehra? runs a great breakfast. The quality of the hot food items is well above average for the chain and the room is sparkling clean and bright. My only complaint was the coffee. Horrible in room and horrible in the breakfast room. That aside, I give this Best Western Hotel an Excellent rating. Keep up the good work!

Great hotel great staff! We go to Twin Falls just to stay at this hotel! Love it. Especially the pool,hot tub and fitness center. The staff is super friendly and we really love the pool hours and breakfast

My husband and I travel through Twin Falls, Idaho several times a year and we always stay at the Great Western Hotel. It is clean, nicely situated and reliably quiet. We used to stay at another hotel in Twin, but since the GW opened, that became our go-to favorite.

We had one of the quietest rooms that we have ever slept in. The hotel was not crowded, the breakfast was truly a hot breakfast with real plates and silverware and lots of food choices. The staff was very helpful.

Friendly accommodating staff at front desk. Warm comfortable room. And we loved that they have ‘real' cutlery and dishes for breakfast. A rare treat nowadays. Keep it up. I'm writing this after home a few days so find it hard to remember more details but in general have a good memory and this hotel contributes to our good opinion of Best Western in general.

We stayed here a week ago on our way south and staying again a week later on our way home. Rooms are renovated, beautiful!!! Can't say enough about how nice they are. Right on the main road, we did not hear traffic or other noise like another guest complained about. We have a small chiahuahua so we had a pet room, again, beautiful room. Very nice furnishings, large hutch with microwave, frig, coffee maker, everything in this room is new. Desk in room, vanity is in the room, separate from the bathroom. Bathroom is renovated as well. Being away on a trip we stayed in several hotels, including the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas and except for size of the room, the best western in Twin Falls exceeds the cleanliness, decor and updating of any of the other places we stayed. They have a great complimentary breakfast. Nothing to complain about with this hotel. Stay HERE regardless of other reviews.

Professional and clean hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating (helping us locate a local spot for dinner. Our in room refrigerator was not working and was quickly replaced. Quiet and quality shampoos and soaps. They were able to locate my BW rewards easily, reasonably priced. Nice indoor pool area available 24/7. We would stay here again!

My family recently stayed here on a Christmas trip!! The pool area was clean, and the pool itself was very nice!! The breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but they did have more than just cold cereal. The beds were comfy, and the in room accommodations were great!!! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

A note to start with--this hotel is under renovation. A year ago, the lobby was a construction zone. It's now small but nice. The breakfast area has been completely redone. They are now working on the hall areas. A caution to the visually impaired traveler--the room numbers are scrawled on a piece of paper or onto the wallboard. NO Braille! If you are not traveling with someone sighted, you will probably want someone to show you to your room the first time. The room was very comfortable; the mattress was more firm than I prefer but that really a personal preference. There were plenty of nice comfy pillows. It looked like mostly brand new furniture except for the coffee table which was pretty scratched and gouged, and the desk chair which was ready for replacement (badly stained and seams shot). The pool area is spacious and clean. The breakfast area is spacious. The food is plentiful. However, they really need some ideas to keep things warm. The warm foods are kept in metal serving trays/bins with covers, but they need a heat source. This morning, my potatoes were just plain cold, the bacon was limp and while the biscuits themselves are perfection, the gravy was no longer hot. I didn't try the eggs. The day before the "poached" eggs were dry and barely warm. Good coffee, however, just wish they had a better selection of flavored creamers.

Nicely appointed room, but a little close to the road (a wee bit noisy ) and through the night people closing doors kept us from having a great sleep. Would recommend getting a room near the end away from the road. The bed was comfy...pillows a little lumpy, but the towels were very nice. Breakfast was decent, but not great. Great place for the $$$$$

For an economy hotel, this is well above average. One of the best complimentary breakfast offerings you will find. Very clean and updated hotel. Comfortable rooms and reasonably quite. Definitely a better quality than I expected at this price point.

Car broke down had to get a rental car luckily I booked at this best Western because enterprise car rental was across street very convenient. staff and service was A+. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel is very comfortable, providing all the amenities that are expected of a 3 star hotel! Once they complete the current remodel, I'm sure it will be even better than it already is. Twin Falls was a very friendly place to be!

Our family stayed at the Best Western Plus in Twin Falls after a long 8 hour drive. I appreciated walking in to the lobby to find it clean. To my surprise there was a smell of fresh cookies too! (After settling into our room, I went back for a cookie that they had at the front desk.) The front desk staff were kind and directed me to what outside door was the closest to our room. I appreciated this because we were traveling with young children and a dog. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean and looked new. We had two queen beds, but also a comfortable leather recliner. We had a small fridge and microwave that were nice as well. On our return drive home after the Christmas holiday I opted to stay again at The Best Western Plus in Twin Falls because we had a good experience. I was a bit disappointed to not smell cookies in the lobby after an all day drive, but I guess the first night of cookies was a special treat. I would book at this location again because it was clean, had friendly staff and the pet friendly room didn't feel unkept like I have experienced with other hotels. *At the time of our stay there were renovations underway. So I can only assume the hotel will improve with quality.

Would not use a booking site ever again. The motel was under remodel in the halls which was acceptable but the room felt damp with and smell. The beds were too soft to get a good nights sleep. Close to dinning locations but other Best Western Motels I've stayed at were much nicer.

Great place for family. The breakfast in the mornings is wonderful--waffles, cereal, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cottage cheese, bagels and more. The pool is inside so you can swim year round, also a hot tub.

We had a great stay in Twin Falls. By the time we arrived, we had been traveling several day and were very tired. It was so wonderful to reach a nice hotel with a great bed and clean room. We slept great and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning.

I was on a trip moving across the country and stopped here since I had a rewards card and was impressed by how nice this particular Best Western was. The staff was friendly and helpful and their pool was 24 hours and was very nicely done. The only thing I think they could improve on is the breakfast which was what you could expect from any other hotel with a complimentary breakfast, so it was not bad just not exceptional. Great job Twin Falls, ID!

I stay in Best Western Motels more than 25 times a year. This is the worst experience I have had in many years. The staff was friendly but the room was dirty. The motel was quite noisy. I did not feel safe for the most part and I am pretty aggressive in awkward situations. I would not recommend my family and friends stay here.

Have passed through Twin Falls twice a year for the past 10 years as we head south for the winter and return home in the spring. We had no idea that the spectacular Shoshone Falls were minutes away from downtown. We booked our hotel, and made our way south. When we arrived we were greeted by the most friendly young man who made us feel so welcome and when we asked for directions to the falls he was very enthusiastic about what we were about to see. It did not disappoint! We will return in the spring when he says the falls will be even more spectacular. The hotel was great, a freshly prepared hot breakfast in a cheery breakfast room. The ladies working in that area were cheerful even though very busy. With staff this friendly I can only assume they like their jobs and work for someone who treats them well! The room we stayed in was clean, and nicely set up. We spend a lot of time at various Best Western hotels and this by far was the best value for the price!

Average price appeared to be on tail end of remodel. Needs attention to details to complete small things. Exterior was nice. Interior lobby was great. Maintenance needed in rooms such as drains and grout cleaning.

Always a 'good nights sleep' at BW. Whenever on the road, we enjoy BW for hospitality, friendliness, an comfort, and the ease of the locations for your hotels. Been staying at BW's for the last 20+ years, and will continue too.

We stayed one night at the BW in Twin Falls, ID and were well pleased. They are almost done renovating the rooms and the new carpet and tiling are tasteful and appropriate. The breakfast was delicious and well presented and the staff were helpful and courteous. My wife and I would certainly stay at this hotel again if ever in the area.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus on September 12, 2017. The hotel room was clean and quiet, the wi-fi and refrigerator worked well, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is right on the Highway 93 restaurant row and is quite convenient to a lot of good restaurants.

the service we received from staff was very good. They were helpful and friendly and responded well to meet any needs we had. The value of the room was very good and was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The beds were firm and comfortable. The room was clean and a nice size, not to crowded. The breakfast selection was really good.

The accommodations are very comfortable and relaxing with no fuss. They are very dog friendly and welcoming to four footed friends. You can early walk to a number of restaurants. We will stay here again.

NOTE: I have re-posted my review since my previous review contained errors. The renovations are almost complete and will enhance the property when they are done. All the rooms have inside access along fully carpeted floors which certainly minimizes extraneous noise and we had a comfortable and quiet 3rd floor room with a good king bed (although the bed spread had a stain on it) and all the amenities: microwave, fridge, iron etc; it even had a rocker recliner; lots of TV choices on the large flat screen (including some cable networks e.g. 10 HBO channels). Our concern when we had stayed previously was the lack of wi-fi; this has been rectified and the wi-fi signal is once again very strong. The highlight of our stay was probably the excellent breakfast-as good as we have had at a BW in a long time: perfectly-done scrambled eggs along with sausage patties, bacon strips, potatoes, pastries, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juices etc. etc. Extremely well done. When the construction is completed, some cabinetry is updated and with a better eye to a few details (bedding) I would easily rate this a 5 star location. The breakfast raises it from 4 to (at this point) 41/2 stars.

Excellent amenities and value. My family does not want to stay anywhere else. The breakfast, pool and hot tub are incredible. The hotel provided my family with a shuttle to the airport which was greatly appreciated.

Hotel is run down physically. But it is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. Appears they are working on upgrades as the first floor was turned apart. Location is ok but no non-chain restaurants are nearby.

The place was only about half remodeled., looked terrible. The room air conditioner/heater DID NOT WORK. The room was barely clean enough to stay. Very noisy with unruly kids running up and down the hall upstairs and on our floor. The breakfast would have been the highlight of our stay IF the sausage grave hadn't been basically water. Even After they finish the remodel, We Won't Be Back!

I have to admit I am surprised by my stay. Best Western's, in my humble experience, are hit or miss. The one here in Twin Falls did not disappoint me. I was a little dubious booking, but went for it. Room was nice and spacious and a full size leather recliner! That was a really nice touch. I almost slept in it. Free full breakfast and the WiFi worked really well. Staff was nice and plenty of food options near by. After a long day on the road, complete with a flat on my rental making things worse, it was nice to come to a nice comfy room to stay the night in.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was in a good location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the 24 hour pool and hot tub which both were very clean. The "hot" breakfast was super featuring eggs, bacon ,sausage ,waffles, breakfast rolls and so much more. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We came, we stayed, we stayed up..most of the night with the unresolved ruckus and mayhem we had the privilege of experiencing, in lieu of a good nights sleep. The guests above us were practicing/training for some sort of jumping competition. We missed breakfast, as we slept in to assure safety in the rest of our travels. The hotel is being remodeled. We could only get the night guy to call the noisy guests, and they were abhorrently rude to him we were told when sought out a managet at checkout. Never again.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and an awesome staff. We broke down outside of Twin Falls at 9 pm on a major interstate and after hours waiting to be rescued we were finally able to find a room at this establishment. We checked in at 1am and the desk staff was very helpful getting us checked in quickly so we could get some sleep. I would definitely recommend this Beat Western to friends and family.

This Best Western was a great place to stay while traveling through Twin Falls. It is on the main road through town with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was clean, comfortable, and the room was fairly large. We appreciated the shower/toilet being separate from the vanity area so that one of us could shower while the other put on make-up, etc. The breakfast included a lot of items, some hot, such as scrambled eggs and sausage. The fitness room had three different aerobic machines and a weight apparatus. I think free weights would have been easier to use, but overall it was fine. This was our second stay here and would definitely go back.

The price point is outstanding. The room, amenities (full breakfast, pool, fitness center), and location could not be better. The Best Western is centrally located and is a great base to many outdoor activities (hiking, boating, fishing, bike riding. and museums. The College of Southern Idaho has a great campus, an excellent museum and planetarium.

upon check in, we didn't have our points card but wanted to have our number looked up. the lady at the desk was unable to find our information. when we got to the room, we called best western and that lady was able to find our number. the room was ok. the big problem we found was the sheets kept coming off the bed, as if they were too small. so many times through the night, we had to tuck the sheets back around the mattress. maybe they should check into this.

Best hotel ever will always stay at a best western if they have them in the city's I travel to. It's great that they have pet friendly rooms we have a bull mastiff and there is no problem with us taking are dog with us on trips

We came in to Twin Falls for a five day stay for my daughter's wedding. Amy the manager handled the many details of our wedding block with professional skill. All of our bridal party stayed here as well as many guests and the rate was very fair. Our room was comfortable with good climate control and we chose a two queen room so my daughter could also stay with us on the night before the wedding. The first night we were there, we found that one bed was fine but the other was terrible; the mattress was old and the support system was creaky. We asked for a room change the following morning and they were kind and responsive, upgrading us to a better room that worked out great. The breakfast hours were extended to 10am which many tired traveling guests appreciated. The food workers were friendly and kept on top of replenishing the many hot and cold choices. We arranged flowers in the room after the breakfast time was over and they were friendly and helpful. There was construction underfoot and we did need to keep an arm around elderly grandparents as they walked the halls. One guest accidentally stepped on tile that was being laid but there was no warning cone or anything. No harm done but disgruntled worker. Parking was ample, air conditioning was effective and quiet, several luggage carts available which we constantly utilized with all our wedding gear and floral arrangements. Head of housekeeping let us borrow eight matte white trash cans-- with enough tulle ribbon they work as flower vases! Thanks Falima. What I would suggest as improvements: As much as I am for reduction in waste, I did not like the wall mounted dispensers for toiletries. Don't keep the huge housekeeping carts in the hallways; they obstruct guests and don't look very appealing! Check the quality of all mattresses. Nothing else matters if people don't sleep well. In conclusion, we were very happy with our experience here and would certainly come back for future stays. A good front desk staff, responsive head of housekeeping, thorough room cleaners, and friendly hard-working breakfast staff do make a positive difference.

This is a very nice Best Western Plus with spacious rooms. good beds and shower, large TV and also a fridge (first one in a long time not making noise) and microwave. No in-room safe. There is a coffeemaker making a horrible cup of coffee ;-(. WiFi is free, but is not very stable. Rates are good, sleeping quality excellent. Breakfast is what you may expect, is OK. Good choice when staying in Twin Falls (e.g. for Craters of the Moon).

We are partial to BW properties. This motel met our expectations - we understood the reconstruction of the lobby. The room was clean, with up-to-date furnishings. We stayed on the 2nd floor - we have found this to be quieter with the type of construction used with these types of motels. One concern was that another quest had propped open one of the doors with a rock. Also, service carts were left in places where they would prevent the elevator fire doors from closing in event of a fire management understood our concern and said this would be corrected.

Missed turn from 84 as no signage! Backtracked 25 mi to an under renovation place with no inkling of this! Felt 3rd worldly! Coffee in strofoam cups, toilet ran 1/2 nite. Jaysus! Proprietor could give a flip less! Never never never again! Plus should be minus!!!

The place was in good location, walking distance from restaurants and the staff was helpful but.... In the morning when the bill arrived was almost double from what we were originally booked in February by booking.com. After asking for explanation we were told that price went up as the reception staff registered us as members of Best Western chain in order to apply discount .... but this was applied on the live price which was inflated due to solar eclipse. After arguing the manager or senior employee corrected it. Otherwise room was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of items to please everyone. The hot dishes were freshly cooked (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffles, potatoes).

Very pleased with our stay here. There are restaurants in walking distance. The property was clean....and apparently has recently undergone some renovations. The lobby was complete but no furniture and the store seemed to be not completely stocked but still ample selections. The breakfast was one of the BEST we have had in any hotel where breakfast is included. The staff that provided the breakfast did an awesome job. Very clean and well kept. Great place for a weary crew.

We stayed here for 2 days with our family. We loved that the pool was open 24 hours. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We also liked that there was a recliner in the room, it was so comfortable. It is very close to Shoshone Falls which was beautiful. Within a mile or 2 of several family restaurants.

Breakfast was great with a good selection even if you are not a morning person. The room was clean and tidy everyday. Located on the main strip you can have a great selection of places to eat and shop.

Booked a 2 Q room directly with the hotel (Randy.) The price was the same on the website so no surprises. The check in was easy. We were given a room that satisfied all of requests we made at the time of booking. Room was standard, beds were comfortable. Bath tub/shower and toilet were together. Vanity and sink were in the main room. water pressure was great. Room was very clean. Refer and microwave in room. Refer was larger than most economy motels. The indoor pool and spa looked very nice but we didn't use either. The lobby is undergoing a renovation, evidently a little store and business center will be just off of the check in area. Breakfast was standard fare, even gluten free selections were available. Eggs, bacon and sausage, pastries, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, and more. The ladies tending the breakfast area were very nice and constantly replenishing items as needed. Only reason for not giving the excellent is that their were no little soaps,shampoos,conditioner, and lotion bottles. I'm sorry I just don't like the prefilled dispensers attached to the shower walls. I get the conserving and waste thing but I like having the little bottles and I take them with me to finish the unused portion or donate them. We were very happy with this BW. We have always stayed at the Fairfield but their prices skyrocketed. We'll be happy to return to this BW.

Comfortable bed and a good breakfast in a convenient location in Twin Falls. Room was very clean and quiet, with a great A/C! We try to find Best Westerns when we are on a road trip, because they are not "cookie cutter" alike, and we can depend on a nice breakfast in the morning. Parking was near the entrance, and the side entrance door from the parking area was opened via a room key...an increasingly important security feature! Location was close to the highway, and to the road to visit the Falls. Several restaurants are nearby, perhaps within walking distance, although we opted for the Costco several blocks away! (Costco also has a gas station...just sayin') All in all, the BWP is a good bet in Twin Falls.

The hotel we wanted to stay at was full, so we ended up at the Best Western in Twin Falls. They do allow pets, and our room had a smell like a dog had been there. The coffee maker had not been cleaned and the beds were not that comfortable. Otherwise, and it is a decent hotel near a Target and restaurants.

This hotel was clean & had clean bedding. A good breakfast, & nice staff. I think you may have to ask for a pass word to use the WiFi. Parking is good however don't look for a grassy area to sit out side to eat your breakfast.

Not a bad hotel, looks like they are planning on refreshing the cosmetics. Needs more plugs around work surfaces for lap tops and I pads, phone chargers etc. Staff were excellent when we had a child throw up and needed a change of bed linen. Breakfast was good. Good location for restaurant options within a couple of blocks. We will be back when passing through some time.

Twin Falls Best Western is terrific. Very clean. Great staff. centrally located. Large hot tub and pool. Can walk to a variety of restaurants and stores. After a long days ride on my Harley from Dorango, CO, the welcoming staff, excellent facilities and great location make this the ideal stop.

I was very happy to find a hotel room at all the day after the eclipse. The hotel staff were coping very well with the vast number of people trying to check in all at once, mostly with no reservations (like me). It's a very nice hotel and clean and easy to find from Hwy 93.

I stay in a lot of hotels. This is one of my favorites even though it is a chain. I am always treated like a person and not a number. They are friendly and helpful. It is very clean and best of all the reclining chair in each room is heavenly! Our family has voted them the most comfortable chair they have ever relaxed in !

This hotel was probably a three and a half star but will give it a three because of the construction. The room was clean and comfy. It has a huge indoor pool and has a small microwave and fridge in the room. It is located in the middle of town

I don't get to travel very often so when I do, I research, research research! This hotel had generally very good reviews on a 3rd party site (Travelocity) and a decent price (86 plus tax) I requested a main floor king bed room near an entrance and near where I could park my car. I wanted to be able to keep an eye on my car (I am a worry wart!lol) and paid in advance. Upon arrival, front desk said that they did not get my request because I booked through a 3rd party site.huh??? First floor rooms are all pet friendly. I love animals but would rather have a room that shouldn't have markings or possible smell. So they offered me a king room on 2nd floor facing away from my car, I settled with a 2nd floor 2 queen bed room facing my car. Check in was frustrating. The more experienced clerk had to keep helping the newer clerk. A lot more training is needed. Room was big, clean until I found hair on the shower curtain and internet was quite fast. (You have to call down to the front desk to get the password. It would be helpful to have that posted somewhere in the room. If it is there, sorry but was not easy to find) It was quiet. Mattress needs to be replaced soon. Pros - easy to find, generally clean and very quiet. Breakfast is wonderful! and the customer service at breakfast was fabulous! Plenty of parking. Rooms are quite big and internet very good. Didn't use pool or fitness center but saw pool and it looked very good. Cons - More training needed for front desk staff. Cleaning of bathrooms need to be improved Overall it is worth the price and the breakfast is great,

Nice ls Last night of vacation after more than a week in and around Glacier National Park. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was great. All the amenities were greatly appreciated after time spent in National Park lodgings!

Stopped here for an overnight stop on a road trip. Great value & no complaints. Remodeling main floor, but no impact. There were a few restaurant options for dinner within easy walking distance. Breakfast provided was one of the better free ones. Beautiful indoor pool.

This was a great hotel to stay in when we visited Twin Falls twice this summer. They have a good location, nice rooms, great breakfast, nice staff. We enjoyed our stay. We would also recommend going to 'Elevation 486' for dinner - it was excellent too!

This new, or newly remodeled, BW is very well done. The room was spacious and well-appointed with nice furniture. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of items to please everyone. The hot dishes were freshly cooked (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffles, potatoes). In general, the breakfast was more extensive than most and we appreciated it. All in all, a very nice visit for our last motel of a long trip and just an overnight. The price seemed high, but think that's because we were still in the week of the eclipse.

Great experience at this hotel! Came here after a week in Yellowstone. Very clean, nice pool, excellent breakfast, guest laundry available, convenient location. Very helpful staff. And best of all -- great value! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.

This hotel was lovely. It met my expectations and I felt it was a good value. Employees were friendly, breakfast was good. Room was clean, toiletries were nice. Location was good, close to food and shopping.

One of the more annoying things about this stay was that when we checked in we found out that we received no credit toward the reward program because the booking of our two night stay was made through a third party. Be forewarned. We were expecting something a bit nicer, because of the PLUS. We feel the hotel was more like a typical Best Western without the PLUS. The room was large and up-to-date. The amenities were very good, including large, thick towels. It has a nice, large-screen TV, and good lighting in the room. The pictures and wall paper were dated. The lobby was torn up. The elevator was small and VERY slow, even for only three floors. The breakfast eggs and sausage were poor. But, it had GOOD bacon. The shower was annoying. The shower head was aimed toward the side wall and could not be moved. This made it difficult to spray directly at your whole body. Also, the seat of the toilet would not stay up, which may not be a problem if only females were in the room. It was an issue for one of us. If you don't want pets around, this isn't the place for you. There were lots of dogs of all sizes inside the hotel while we were staying there. But, pets are restricted to the first floor.

What a pleasant stay. The hotel is well maintained with lovely flowers everywhere, a great pool, large rooms, nice breakfast, great location across from the falls and lovely staff. Very pleased that I chose to stay here. Restaurants within walking distance. I had a beautiful view of the river from my room. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The location was close to everything and very easy to navigate. I will definitely stay here in the future and would highly recommend this hotel. I love when hotels offer breakfast as part of your stay. This was well worth the stay.

Wonderful stay, quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. We left before breakfast for a view of the total eclipse and were given a nice bag of snacks. Not many hotels do this. Convenient to Interstate 84. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was clean through and through. The best part was the 24 hour pool and the awesome breakfast - more choices and constantly being refilled. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds easy to sleep in. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for dinner as well.

Very poor conditions and Internet didn't work or room keys. Work out area very bad condition stay at Red Lion if possible. That's all I'm going to say about this review and I would not stay here again.

Check in was awful, called to tell them TV didn't work she said she was busy would come in 15 minutes, never came, went down an hour later she didn't remember me even calling. No TV all night. Hair and pubic hair in tub. Lobby ripped apart, Lid catches broken so lids laid on dirty counter in breakfast area.

This hotel is conveniently located and well appointed. The pool was wonderful (water temperature just right) and the rooms are very nice. The hotel staff is very professional. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and the Snake River is excellent.

We have stayed here many times over the years, one-night stays on our way to Montana. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. While there is construction going on (for which I cut them some slack), there are things about this place where they just aren't thinking about making a good impression. Hallways, stairwells, and other common areas looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. On our way out the next morning, the clerk at the desk was playing video games while piles of garbage spilled out of wastebaskets 20 feet away -- under the table where the prior day's doughnuts remained. If one can look past these deficiencies, it's still a good place to spend a night.

Our stay was pleasant except for a power outage that happened shortly after we arrived and lasted about three hours. Everything on the strip was down, not just them, and this was on the 4th of July. We had reservations for dinner about 10 minutes away and thankfully the restaurant had electricity. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious and we stayed only the one night. Things got better after power was restored and we had the air conditioning back! They had a decent breakfast as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated.There were bright lights over the bathroom sink which was nice. They had ceramic plates and stainless utensils (nice touch).They had cheese and salsa for the scrambled eggs, along with the normal stuff waffles yogurt etc. Next time we go through Twin Falls we will surely stay with them again.

Appreciate the benefits of being a BW member. This was a first stay at the Twin Falls location. It was a very nice place. Convenient location, friendly staff. I would stay there again if in Twin Falls. I am a BW member because you can count on their service and AAA standards. They are also located in more rural towns than any other chain I have found.

For a "best western plus" i didn't expect much, but it was pretty good. One thing that bothered me was that there aren't any soap bars, rather dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The blankets were a bit rough on the outside, but good. There was a comfortable chair, window, TV, mini fridge, and desk. The pool was open 24/7 and indoor. This was a decent hotel.

We stayed 2 nights here at the Twin Falls Best Western. It was easy to locate and our room was nice and clean. This is a pet friendly hotel. Those with pets stay on the first floor and those w/o are on the second floor. Only wish is that the AC unit was quieter.

I have stayed at this location a number of times and the hotel and the staff are both always very helpful. As summer busy time is in full swing I would say reserve early and arrive early evening for a reasonable parking space!

One of the best Best Western hotels we have stayed at in North America. Very clean pleasant efficient room decor. Location is excellent near all amenities you could look for but still easy access to the highway for travelers. Great Hot and Cold breakfast selection with friendly breakfast room staff.

This is a very nice hotel, very clean and has a great pool.Good selection of breakfast items. The power went out in the evening (not hotel fault, the whole city was out) and it was over 100 outside and could not run the AC and had a hard time sleeping in a hot room. The manager took 20% off bill for compensation

Wonderful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, food is average but it's a hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hours and always clean, weeknights it's nice and quiet for a relaxing swim and dip

We were surprised to see the front desk sitting in the midst of construction supplies but check in went smoothly. The room was very nice but I did notice that tiles seemed to be missing on the wall in the bathroom. It was a very small area but it looked a little tacky. The staff and the breakfast were both great. Best gravy and biscuits we have had at a BW. Not the normal wallpaper paste version The location is very convenient for dining and shopping. Also easy access to freeways We will keep it on the list for future trips

This hotel has been completely remodeled and is very nice. Very clean and close to the freeways. I am very happy they offer free breakfast but it is not as good as the BW in Jerome which actually has a cook making fresh eggs and omelettes

Always what you want at best western. I like a room with a frig so I can keep water cool. My room was situated where the outside door was not far. Breakfast on last morning could have been organized better. They did not keep things refilled like coffee. They should plan for that

We had been on the road for about 3 weeks when we arrived in Twin Falls. With a case of bronchitis, I was sleeping in bed with 3-4 pillows. Imagine my delight to find a recliner in our room. I had a GREAT night's sleep! The hotel was full that night and we never heard a stray sound from the hallway!. The staff was extremely nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Neither avoid nor seek out this hotel. It is like every average hotel you have ever slept in. It was clean and quiet. Reasonably priced and fairly conveniently located. We walked to the canyon and a pretty good restaurant in about 20 min.

Stopped in here and ended up paying $130 for a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The hotel was full, so we weren't able to switch rooms. The front desk offered us some febreze but it didn't help, and in the end we ended up settling on a %15 reduction. The breakfast in the morning was slightly better than usual fare. The gym has a treadmill, an elliptical and a couple of free weights. The pool was very crowded both morning and night.

The staff here are amazing. Never did we run into someone who was unkind. The breakfast was restaurant quality. The pool layout is great for children. I would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone with children.

Hotel lobby renovation had begun the day we stayed there, so the lobby and staff were a little out of sorts. The room was not spacious, but it was clean and everything worked. Small grassy area in the back of the hotel, but large, long grassy areas and sidewalks down the block and around the corner. Plenty of room to walk the dog. Parking lot not well lit at night, but there were a lot of street lights, especially on the car dealership next to the hotel. Breakfast not so great, food did not look appetizing and was not well presented. The place was packed the night we were there, but it was quiet.

The place is really clean, the remodeling is almost complete. They are still working on the registration/lobby area but it's clean. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean and it really is quite. Easy access to the parking area and well lighted. That's a plus. Breakfast is included and they provide a lot of options. If you leave hungry, that's your fault. Staff was very helpful. Recommend this place every time your in town.

My wife and I stayed here during a road trip to Las Vegas. The staff was friendly and the hotel rooms were very clean and very comfortable. We booked the room with a jacuzzi tub and were very happy we did. Everything worked perfectly. This hotel is well maintained and the area around the hotel is great. Lots of food options and it's conveniently located just off the highway. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever passing through the area.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast was great, better than expected at most hotels. The location is great while in Twin Falls, we didn't have a car and were able to walk to most places. My only real complaint was the Wi-Fi, not sure if it's just slow in the area in general or it's just the hotel. It was difficult to get work done in the room for anything more than email.

Large room on 2nd floor for an over night stay. Things are starting to look a little worn here. Lobby was under construction. It was quiet, lots of hot water. I did not like the bulk style shampoo and soap dispensers in the washroom. Seems rather cheap, and it was awkward to use. Bed was ok, and yes it had a BIG chair to sit in.

Best Western Hotels are consistently good hotels to stay in at a reasonable price. They are clean and usually include breakfast. This hotel was easy to get to and was close to the gorgeous Twin Falls on the Snake River.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was nicely maintained. The walls and floors are rather thin, and I recommend asking for a room on the top floor if you don't want to hear the people walking above you. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. We will stay here again.

Room in need of repair, shower faucet broken. Room 307 Front desk a little snooty and not nice to my son and wife. I stepped in. Hairdryer broken. Remote needed replaced. Breakfast good. Early check in should be an option if rooms clean. Front desk said reason is short staffed.

Great BW property. Clean, fresh with all working amenities. Friendly, helpful, cheerful staff. The front lobby was under renovation - curious to see the finished look. We had a pleasant stay here. I would recommend this Best Western property.

Spent two nonconsecutive nights at this hotel. Both visits were a very good. We had pets with us and the staff was very helpful in making sure our rooms were pet friendly. First floor near exits etc. The pool and spa are very nice and the free breakfast was quite good. A very good value for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Twin Falls.

We are happy that we chose to stay here. Check in was quick, plenty of parking. Good size room with fridge and microwave, comfortable beds. Bearing in mind the hotel is right on the main road through Twin Falls there was very little road noise. Hotel has a good size indoor pool and hot tub. We did not use these as they were always full of young children when we looked. Breakfast was quite good but the room too small to accommodate the number of guests. We were surprised that the room did not have a hotel directory.

This hotel always is so friendly and nice. We go to it quite often.. the 24 hour pool and hot tub is the BEST! Please dont ever change this!! The staff was awesome and helped make sure we got the best rate possible

We were incredibly impressed with the beauty, cleanliness and phenomenally impressive landscaping of Twin Falls. We stopped here while enroute to CA on a family vacation in order to view Shoshone Falls. The hotel location couldn't be more convenient and we found the hotel staff quite friendly and helpful and the rooms quiet, comfortable and completely up to par with our expectations of Best Westerns (as platinum BW members).

The hotel was excellent. The customer service was very good and the location was perfect for easily getting to my meeting. I have stayed here before and will again. No complaints at all. I felt like the rate was also good.

This place wasn't bad. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good wifi, great beds, a very nice spot. The hallway smelled as if someone had been cooking something very strong - like garlic or onions. The young lady at the front desk was very professional. The breakfast was good. Standard fare, served hot, the place was clean. However the little area where one could find yogurt and granola was so hidden that we didn't see it until we had made other choices. If I were traveling through Twin Falls again I would definitely keep this as one of my options.

The hotel is very much more than any Best Western Plus I have stayed at before. The Pool and fitness center are amazing and excellent. The rooms are maintained extremely well, and I like the Eco-friendly approach with laundry. The breakfast is not a typical continental breakfast, but a fully stocked breakfast room with hot grill onsite.

The grounds are so beautiful. It is in a perfect location for sightseeing in the area. I was on a trip with a girlfriend to search out and enjoy waterfalls in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked great. The high speed internet was truly fast. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and everything was fine. Staff were helpful and available at all times. I would stay here again.

This was a pleasant surprise for a traveler. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Comes with full breakfast as part of your rate and the quality is good. The rooms are clean and quiet! Would recommend if you need a place to stay.

We always stay at this hotel while in Twin Falls. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast could use some help but it's convenient for the kids to eat before checking out. The remodel is looking very nice.

Whenever traveling this route we always stay here. Although, we are members of another national chain, this BW is a better value when compared to it's competitors. My only complaint is not having low fat yogurt and cooked oatmeal rather than the instant packages provided...pretty insignificant...I usually don't rate 10's as rarely is anything perfect unless you're paying very high end. Good bed, accommodated our special request..will be back.

Traveling from Wisconsin to the Oregon coast. Best hotel yet in our travels. Reasonable, clean, updated, quiet, good location, lots of restaurants and excellent breakfast!!!! Perfect hotel to stay at.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's right in the center of everything in Twin Falls, and it's clean, quiet, comfortable, and the rooms are HUGE. The staff were super friendly and courteous and well. You can go wrong with this hotel. I'll use them again.

We stayed at BW on a trip west and found everything perfect from the price to the good night's sleep. The staff was extraordinary and took care of us at breakfast. There were little extras that made a big difference. The room was fine for the price - clean - safe. But the folks working were genuinely happy to have us stay and made us feel welcome.

We had a problem with the shower; when we informed the Main desk they offered to send someone up to look at the shower but we decided to get on our way as soon as possible. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was fine. The location was very good - would liked to have stayed longer in the area.
