"Best is the Best"
Meier F, 11 Février 2024

Ideally located in the old town, good solution for parking your car, what else do you need to disvover the amazing small town! Staff was very helpful and with a smile! Will without doubt return here. Rooms are good and sufficiently large to spend a good night.

"Great hotel; shop around for the best rate"
solfab, 08 Août 2023

Recently refurbished, the hotel feels fresh and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable, and you can see traces of the historical building along some hallways. The hotel has covered parking nearby at €12 a day and the 15 minute parking bays outside the hotel are useful to drop off luggage first. We booked the hotel through the BW app because other hotels we booked during our trip claimed that booking direct gave the best rate. BW doesn't appear to claim this on their app, and as it turned out it was quite a bit cheaper to book through other sites. What was particularly strange was that the BW app charged us more than the hotel itself for the exact same deal. We stayed an extra night and the receptionist booked our second night through their own booking system but she couldn't explain why it cost more to book through BW itself. As we got no rewards perks this time there is no incentive to booking direct. Other than the tariff, this was a great place to stop in the lovely city of Troyes and we would stay here again if we're lucky enough to return.

"Central hotel for Troyes with secure parking"
Stewal, 22 Juillet 2023

Centrally located for Troyes with handy parking very near by. The hotel was undergoing quite extensive work which made initially finding and then getting in a slight problem. But once we were sorted it was a nice stay. Staff were super helpful. Facilities we're good and if you fancy a Spa session it looked great. We didn't have the time to use it unfortunately. The City of Troyes is well worth a visit with lots to see.

"Superb central location, lovely hotel with a secure car park."
Widlydidly, 02 Juillet 2023

This is a lovely hotel in the best location in Troyes, only a few minutes walk from any of the tourist locations. The car park is a few minutes walk away but is covered and secure. There is a nice Spa on site

"Bad experience at The Best Western Troyes"
Jonathan P, 15 Juin 2023

Arrived at the hotel. Had a friendly welcome by reception staff. Directed to room only to find extensive building work going on inside the hotel which we were never advised about. We weren't shown the spa , we weren't given deatils of the surrounding area for restaurants etc and nobody apologised for the work at all. The room was small and dingy and smelt that someone had been smoking in there. We decided to leave the hotel and continue our journey to Chamonix. When I cancelled on Booking.com it said we'd be charged for one night but they charged us for two nights! We spent four hours in the hotel . As a courtesy they could have refunded one night. I would not recommend this hotel.

"Avoid until 2024. It is a building site!"
Richard B, 07 Juin 2023

Hotel is a building site! We were not told this before we arrived. No air con in room as a consequence - room was very hot. Our room was at the top of the building with lots of stairs to climb, no lift. No one offered to help with bags.

"A beautiful hotel with lovely staff!"
NicholasGlucksburg, 19 Décembre 2022

I visited Troyes during the December period and I have to say my stay at the Hotel de la Poste was impeccable. The Staff were absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delicious. My family of 4 and our dog stayed across 2 rooms, which were perfectly made and had extremely comfortable beds.

"Comfortable hotel, great location, secure parking "
franinix, 27 Octobre 2022

Probably the best thing about the hotel is it's fantastic central location and it has secure parking. We stayed for one night on a road trip and wanted to see Troyes. It's quite hard to spot the hotel whilst driving, so i advise you to look at it on Google Street View first to get an idea if what you're looking for. It's pretty much opposite the L'Occtaine shop. The parking is a short drive away. We managed to parallel park next to the hotel and dropped the bags inside, where they then gave us a map to find the car park (we still managed to go wrong but our sense of direction is terrible!). It seemed a really secure place to leave the car, access was with a code, so that was reassuring. Room was comfortable and clean, nothing particularly special. But you are in the heart of Troyes and there are so many places to eat & drink - definitely worth booking the best onrs though. Unfortunately the receptionist advised us we didn't need to book and we ended up getting turned away from most places as they were full. There's not really a bar but you can have a drink in the lobby area. Breakfast was OK, again nothing special, you may prefer not to book this and to go to one of the many cafes instead. Clean comfortable hotel in a brilliant location with secure parking - ideal stop on a road trip.

"Excellent overnight stop"
rob-loughborough, 14 Octobre 2022

Excellent hotel in centre of Troyes. Clean, comfortable, friendly, well equipped with good car parking a few yards away (must book). Our second stay and we will return. well located near lots of restaurants.

"Sub-standard Hotel & Overpriced"
Catherine F, 10 Octobre 2022

Thankfully, we only stayed at this hotel for one night on our return journey to the UK. Our room was 'tired' to say the least with burns and holes in the threadbare carpet. The air conditioning barely worked (a tiny trickle of cool air which had a strong smell of tobacco!) We couldn't open any windows due to being on the 1st floor and not knowing if anyone could access our room as their was some kind of mezzanine outside. We barley slept due to the noise levels (we later realised we were situated next to the staircase) of people walking up & down all night. Not a great stay, given we had miles & miles to drive to Northern UK the next day. Parking is situated a fair distance away in a huge underground car park, meaning you need to walk with luggage through the city entre. In our case, we were travelling with our dog which made it even more difficult & made several return trips to the car. Overall, a basic hotel that is in massive need of a refurb. Overpriced & totally rubbish. Do not say here!

"Great location"
Linda58essex, 07 Octobre 2022

This hotel is in a perfect location within easy reach of many shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Rooms are pleasant and clean. Spa is available. Car parking available if you book.

"pefect spot for a quiet overnight stop"
debra d, 24 Septembre 2022

We stayed for just 1 night on our way home from the south of France. The hotel is very stylish and in the perfect spot for looking around the lovely old town of Troyes. Yes, it's part of a chain, but this hotel has real character. Our room was really comfortable, well equipped, clean and very quiet and the shower room was a good size with lovely toiletries. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was finding the hotel by car and finding a nearby car park. Now that we've found our way, we would definitely stay here again.

"Good choice - not great"
Glen F, 19 Septembre 2022

Communication with hotel pre booking was very good Location - the best Room - nice and quiet but twin beds narrow and not particularly comfortable One point that needs to be addressed is the staff (receptionist) regularly smoking right at the hotel entrance. This is VERY off putting.

"Rooms not cleaned between guests ."
Tambuti_1, 11 Septembre 2022

In arrival we were allocated room 101, a ‘comfort room' . We had a long drive from Provence so were impressed with the speedy check in and car park allocation. On attending our room we were dismayed to find the toilet seat up , urine in the toilet and the hand towels and soap used - the last thing we wanted at 8pm at night ! It clearly hadn't been cleaned ! On complaining , the receptionist reallocated us room 104 and stated “I don't know how that could have happened” . After we had unpacked into the new room the receptionist then offered us a upgrade. We'd already had a long journey and couldn't be bothered to change room yet again so declined . If it had been offered before we'd have moved rooms then we would have accepted . On checking out , all became clear . The English man checking out before us , when asked what room he was on stated “we had room 101 first but moved rooms” (it's a shame he didn't have the decency to flush the toilet) . Clearly rooms aren't checked between guest allocation . It's a lovely hotel in wonderful Troyes but our experience was clearly tarnished . Would we use Best Western again ? Probably not based on this experience and competition at similar rates .

"Excellent through and through."
Neverathome76, 14 Août 2022

In a fabulous position. I spent hours sitting at the window watching the world go by. The staff were all very friendly and engaging. The bathroom was brilliant with a fantastic shower. The fridge of goodies was a very nice touch and breakfast was wonderful . Book your parking, they will email you a reminder to do this which is helpful. Carpark was very good and secure. Would highly recommend.

"A great ace to stay in the old quarter of Troyes "
Martin M, 02 Août 2022

This hotel is, as advertised, recently refurbished and is comfortable and clean. They kept some of the ancient timbered features inside, which is delightful. Centrally located in the old town, it is an easy walk to explore the quaint streets and the covered market is a few minutes away. The only criticism is the cost of breakfast. €18 for some bread and croissants is expensive.

"Great short stay!"
Luxxie1983, 29 Juillet 2022

A wonderful two-night stay in the heart of Troyes. The hotel was clean and welcoming, with very friendly staff. There is a parking available but you'll need to book in advance. Otherwise, there are public, secure parkings just 100m up the road. Small lounge area where you can get some basic drinks but as you're right in the center of the town, you've got bars and restaurants right next door. The room we had was large with a very comfortable bed and a huge bath! Room was quiet and air conditioning worked perfectly! Small chocolates to welcome us and an almost all complimentary mini-bar. We asked for a baby cot, and got baby soap and bath gel as well as a baby bath. All in the little details!

"Excellent hotel with secure parking "
Laura S, 08 Juin 2022

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Troyes, with its picturesque medieval old city, offering secure lock-up parking (advisable to reserve) this hotel obviously works hard to ensure its visitors are happy. Charming helpful staff, Rooms modern and spotlessly clean, excellent Nuxe products in bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding with quality products including smoked salmon, cheeses and delicious ham. Highly applauded and recommended!!

"One night stay e route to the Alps"
668linzies, 19 Avril 2022

Very impressed with this hotel for one night and wish we'd stayed longer. It was very modern with an equestrian theme and very clean. The reception was welcoming and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a family room which was in the eaves of the building - it was a gorgeous room with a spacious bathroom. We had forgotten to reserve parking but it wasn't a problem as we were told by reception of a secure underground car park less than a 5 min walk. The car park had a shutter on entry and cameras everywhere so we felt very happy with this arrangement. The hotel was just off the main square with plenty of restaurants and the receptionist recommended a great place for us to eat. Just perfect for our needs. We never had breakfast and chose to visit a creperie just on the square which was great.

"Very happy with this hotel"
abigcurryfan, 12 Mars 2022

It's a 13 hour journey to the Alps so we have recently decided to split in two and have a break half way I had read that Troyes is an interesting historic city and pleased to say that it lives up to it's excellent reputation This hotel is in a great central location - perfect for wandering about, window shopping or eating and drinking Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and speak perfect English The parking arrangements are very good and cars are secure and under cover Breakfast is perfect

"Great location, good service"
Rhys W, 15 Janvier 2022

A good city-centre hotel in this lovely ancient characterful town. Very centrally located in an old building that has had a major conversion, mostly done well, but our superior room was on the top floor, to which the lift did not reach. So leaving the lift we had a long winding corridor then a very steep staircase to climb. We should have got the staff to take our luggage up! Arrival was a bit awkward too, as the city centre is very busy and the hotel's quick stop place at the door was protected by bollards that had to be lowered while we waited in our car, blocking the entire junction only a few yards behind us! We then took the car to the hotel's secure parking, which is NOT on site. Less than a couple of hundred yards by foot but a trip right round the city centre by road! Our room, once we got there, was fine but there was a problem with the central heating throughout our stay and the room was provided with a plug-in electric heater, which made it just bearable but the supply was straining and the plug got very hot, so we feared it catching fire! Service at reception, lounge and breakfast was mostly very good, but the manager at breakfast was not noticing when things ran out or supporting the staff, and on two mornings we had to ask for dishes to be topped up, once while the supervisor was standing next the serving area chatting instead of making sure his other clients were being looked after.

"Lovely"
joannka, 27 Décembre 2021

Stayed as an overnight stop on the way to the Alps. Nice hotel, good rooms and nice reception area with a small bar. Breakfast was ok ... about the standard for corporate. Hotel was really well placed for the local sights and restaurants. Only downside was the parking. Its a good 10 mins walk away - not ideal if you have a few bags. Outside the parking is payment meters and you are not likely to get a spot to drop off so a tip - speak to the reception staff who will drop their bollards outside the front door for drop off/pick up rather than blocking the very narrow road outside. Will for sure stay again.

"Nice hotel in a central location"
glassyraven, 26 Octobre 2021

We stayed here based on the reviews and were very pleased. Our reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, tastefully decorated and well appointed, with coffee maker, water, and mini-fridge. The location is very convenient for exploring the old city, and near many restaurants. Breakfast was very well done, with a broad offering, attentively replenished, and served in a very elegant and comfortable breakfast room. We took advantage of their optional parking offer. The garage was a challenge to find, even with their map and using a gps, so I'll add some pointers. Use 1 rue de Jargondis for the address, and look for signs for Langevin. Our gps didn't direct us to turn down the little street beside the Langevin parking, but 2nd time around I saw the Langevin > sign and turned. The hotel parking door has a small sign overhead, and the small keypad is right beside the door, roughly 10m beyond the doorway for the Langevin parking garage. So, begin your turn into the door, then stop, get out and enter the code, being sure to note the key symbol following the numeric code and press/hold it (lower left button) too. The spaces are nice and wide. As for dropping off your luggage first, you'll need to stop in the narrow one-lane street in front of the hotel, while you get out and go inside (or stop and phone) to request the bollards to be lowered. We highly recommend.

"Excellent central hotel"
new_world_travellers, 21 Août 2021

We stayed one night at the Hotel de la Poste and it was very good. The room was large, modern and well equipped. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the location is very central. Paid parking is available nearby. A very good choice in Troyes centre.

"Very nice hotel!"
952patrickr, 04 Août 2021

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Conveniently located to visit Troyes and broader surroundings. I requested access to the hotel car parking and a quiet room at the back of the hotel, both which were very friendly confirmed by mail. A day before our arrival I received a mail confirming where to park and how to access the secured parking garage. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was just perfect. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again should I want to visit Troyes once more.

"An excellent hotel and very well placed in the city of Troyes"
Ton H, 18 Septembre 2020

We did reserve in advance for one night with parking and breakfast. Good thing we did, because the hotel was fully booked so we learned from pleasant hotel staff. The hotel room - a bit small - but nicely furnished - horse pictures seem to be the choice of decorations - and the room and bath room were very clean. A very pleasant smiling (with protection) hotel personnel. Breakfast was served buffet style and there were too many choices, fresh fruits and yoghurts and hot dishes included ( 31.80 for 2) More than enough to still our appetites! The price of the room was 170 euros. We do not regret booking this hotel at all!

"Great location but average hygiene and overpriced"
ChrisB2412, 30 Août 2020

Great location, secure parking close to hotel and large and original rooms (we had a king suite on the 2nd floor). Only issue was that the bathroom windows were done cheaply and did not close properly which meant we heard the street noise all night which was annoying. However, when we arrived (family of five with 3 small kids) after a 650km trip we found a dirty toilet in our €400/night king suite. The response of the receptionist was that she had to come and clean it (as she was alone at 7pm) and after a while we even got a “we're sorry”. The next day when i paid i mentioned the incident and just got a “we'll be more careful next time” before being charged extra for parking. A very poor response in the middle of a health pandemic esp for an expensive room in what prides itself as an upscale hotel. Not acceptable and we would have expected a proper response and to be compensated for this serious lack of attention.

"No hot water, no air conditioning & parking a nightmare!"
robertjbrooksbank, 20 Août 2020

We thought that this looked a good option for Troyes. However the first issue is the parking which is quite a way from the hotel and very tight if you are in a large vehicle. When we checked in they told us there was no hot water until later and we should use the showers in the spa. The next morning there was still no hot water! The night was terrible and none of the 5 of us slept which was not great news given that we had to drive to the North of England the next day! The problem was the air conditioning or lack of it. It was sweltering, operating well below where it needed to then it stopped completely. No phones to call reception as they've been removed for health and safety grounds (Covid 19). We all opened all our windows and curtains but not good if your room is on the road as our children's was - they didn't sleep a wink! A nice breakfast was the only positive really and it was a poor end to a lovely holiday.

"Great location"
ClaireQPortsmouth, 25 Juillet 2020

We stayed here, easy to find, but not so easy to stop outside, just to be aware. On entry there is a strict policy in place for social distancing, masks, cleanser etc. Very friendly reception, we were upgraded to a junior suite right at the top of the hotel with massive beams/high ceiling. It was a nice surprise after a long drive. Very lovely bathroom, comfy bed, massive windows overlooking the square opposite. Fortunately double glazed as it was noisy, but with the windows shut no problem. Very clean, spotless in fact and so during Covid 19 I felt very comfortable staying here. You can walk all around the old city, and masses of shops restaurants and bars right outside the door.

"Great location "
hollyandchrisn, 24 Juillet 2020

Nice hotel, Good location Parking around the corner, not that easy to find as one of you needs to pop it to get details and code to get in. But safe and locked. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Glasses in room would be good as bar isn't great. Friendly reception who speak English. Breakfast was poor really, barley anything left on the hot food when we came down and they didn't top it up either. So was expensive for what we ate.

"Another good BW hotel"
117nickd, 22 Février 2020

This was a recce by two couples for a trip in May of about 10. Clearly we need a good and central hotel for a weekend visit to lovely Troyes and this was it. Reception staff were friendly and nothing was wrong, breakfast can be taken at the hotel but it doesn't look like they gave the facilities for lunch and dinner however you are slap bang in the town centre. If you need a car parking space it is recommended to book as they have a garage about 80-100 yards away - locked by keypad for security. Breakfast was good as was the room As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say ‘I'll be back'

"PERFECT"
acfx2, 21 Octobre 2019

Respectful staff with listening and speed responses High quality & large services Room clean, calm & commodious The location is perfect for chill & walk The spa is the perfect bonus for enjoy the moment

"Wonderful hotel"
KerryBagier, 08 Octobre 2019

We booked this hotel at the last minute as we drove home from Spain. If only we could have stayed longer. What a wonderful time we had. The hotel was beautiful, as was our room. The little town of Troyes was amazing. Will definitely return.

"Oh dear..."
MsWithnail, 07 Octobre 2019

It started fabulously. Pretty hotel, nice street, and we splashed on a beautiful (and pricey) suite. Too bad the receptionist wasn't that accomodating. To begin with, he only gave us one keycard. He did not offer to help with the bags or show the room. If he had, I think we would have spent a very different night here. Because then the staff would have noticed immediately that the AC was broken. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy. But we thought nothing of it, having been on the road for hours, all across France, we just wanted to get out as soon as possible. When we came back late-ish, maybe around ten, the room was like an oven. Intolerable. It was now obvious, after fiddling with AC for a while, that it was through no fault of ours - the AC was indeed broken. My husband went down to get the night receptionist, and took his key card with him. Since we only had one, I had to wait in total darkness until they came back. The night receptionist - a young woman - could not help us at all. She actually told us we should have told them earlier! It was too late - there was nothing she could do. Goodnight. Astonished, we tried to sleep and I can easily say it was the worst hotel night of an eleven-day journey through Europe. My goodness! This was supposed to be a luxury hotel! We couldn't breathe (I'm an asthmatic) so we had to open the windows. It turned out, Troyes is the noisiest city in France. Paris would have been quieter. The windows gave onto a street were people were screaming and shouting, possibly fighting, and possibly street racing until around 04.00 AM. When that terrible racket finally died down, the worst kind of heavy machinery/street sweeping truck/garbage truck or whatever it was, started an infernal roaring, going up and down the street at a deafening volume until 07.00 AM, when I gave up and started packing. No sleep at all. At times during this nightmare of a night, I tried to close the windows, but then there was no oxygen at all, so I had to open them again. The receptionist (another one) gave us breakfast with no charge, (and also a small bottle of wine from the mini bar) but only after we complained. This was an expensive room, but we got no discount. Still, they get three stars since this was an unfortunate misadventure

"Excellent"
karenreviewsrestos, 03 Octobre 2019

Gréât hôtel in the middle of Troyes near to the cathedral. Many good , interesting restaurants in the surrounding area. Elegant room, very clean, modern bathroom , very helpful staff. Dog was fully welcomed as well as secure , well maintained parking.

"came back twice"
lewisw948, 30 Septembre 2019

used this as a stop off for a journey further south and for journey back - would definitely come again. Recently refurbished, the rooms are exactly what you need for a couple of nights, location excellent, breakfast was great too with bread coming from the amazing bakers 10 metres away on the other side of the road (which you have to visit). If you cant get to use the hotels parking spaces don't worry, there is secure underground parking 100 metres away which is around £5 for the night. Very central with lots of restaurants and shopping places - would come back to Troyes again and would stay here.

"Great location. Fab Breakfast. Perfect stop."
issywiggy, 07 Septembre 2019

The Poste hotel offers a lot more than your average Beat Western. It's right in the centre of town within walking distance of all the shops and bars. Parking is available outside on the street for free after 8pm. However the hotel has a car park but needs to be pre booked. Alternatively you can park in the public car park for just under 9 euros for the night. The rooms are a good size with separate toilet from the shower room and a fab rain shower head as well as lower shower. Theres no views as such to book as they are mainly street views. There is a bar in the hotel but with so many on the doorstep we did not make use of it. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food. Fresh bread and croissants and selection of cold meats and cheese. There is a fabulous boulangerie opposite the hotel if you wanted to save some money on breakfast as there is Tea and coffee in the room. The staff at this hotel were not the friendliest which is the only criticism I could make. A great choice for a one or two night stay.

"Lovely hotel with super accommodating staff!"
StephLL2013, 31 Août 2019

We stayed in Troyes on our journey to the South of France with our dog. The room was lovely and clean, it had air conditioning and the dog had her own bowl and toy. The hotel is in a fab location in the centre of Troyes with private secure parking a short walk away. The only downside for us was that our dog wasn't allowed in the breakfast room, so we went out and bought some Pain Au Choc's from the patisserie instead. We would definitely recommend!

"Smart little hotel"
The-UK-Robinsons, 19 Août 2019

We've stayed in Best Westerns over the years and we're rarely disappointed. We had a family room where you can sleep up to six (four comfortably). It was really smart with the features and interest of a much more upmarket hotel. We recommend booking parking in advance. Parking is in a locked garage round the corner, although you can park outside the hotel to load and unload. We didn't know you had to book, but we were lucky as there was a space for us. We had a nice, simple breakfast.

"Delightful"
bn3163, 30 Juillet 2019

This small hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the old town. Rooms very comfortable and staff very welcoming. There's a private car park about 100m away. Simply park outside the hotel (free for ten minutes) and the staff will give you a simple map and a passcode for the car park - easy!

"Outstanding - very dog friendly"
philipc541, 09 Juillet 2019

We stayed here in early July and could not recommend it highly enough. Well appointed, air conditioned rooms and a hotel located in the centre of this beautiful town. We have two dogs and the team had left two dog bowls for them. A great place to stay.

"Amazing!!"
teamcanam, 05 Juin 2019

Such a perfect hotel in the perfect part of town. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. They were so sweet to our kids!! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful with old wood in them.

"Very accommodating"
David D, 29 Mai 2019

The hotel is centrally located, has good quality relatively large rooms by French standards with all the amenities including huge TV sets. The nicest person was our receptionist - she went out of her way to make life easier for us. If you travel by car parking is a bit of a problem since even stopping in front of the hotel may be tantamount to stopping all the traffic on rue Zola. Hotel has about 2 spots right in front of it that are blocked by retractable round barriers for everybody but the hotel guests but if these two spots are taken by other loading or unloading guests you are in trouble. Hotel has a parking garage within 150 meters. As usual, with one way narrow streets it takes 2 miles and 1 hour to get to that garage. Once you are there I would recommend to leave the car in for the duration of your stay in Troyes.

"Best Western Troyes: FANTASTIC"
sipandtell, 22 Avril 2019

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and very close to Troyes beautiful historic downtown. Our room was not huge but was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was like a spa in itself. We would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. I wish the American Best Westerns were as nice as this one. There is hotel parking however it is at a remote location but is within walking distance from the hotel.

"Perfect"
Traveler447541, 03 Mars 2019

Greeted by Theodora upon arrival. She had a present waiting for our little daughter! Room perfect. Here for overnight on way to the alps from UK. Restaurant recommendation from her (Felix) was just what we needed. Perfect service. Staying here upon return from ski trip. Already looking forward to it. A very professionally run hotel with excellent service.

"Excellent hotel in good position "
broad6bean, 31 Janvier 2019

This was an ideal overnight stop. A very good hotel with a choice of restaurants nearby. Good sized rooms for a modern French hotel. The bathroom was quite small but more tha adequate. Very pleasant staff. Secure parking is available, about a 3-minute walk away.

"Overnight stop from the Alps to Calais"
McFrankie, 15 Janvier 2019

City centre hotel in Troyes (which is a beautiful small city), it's an old hotel much modernised (not always successfully) which a proper spa attached. We had a large room with a small lobby, separate loo and a very large shower room with a huge walk-in shower, which was really good. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the street but not noisy. We had breakfast in the morning which was very good and good value for money, although not cheap. However, it's worth doing if you want a substantial breakfast as you will only be able to get a quick coffee & croissant nearby, as an alternative. There is limited unloading space outside the hotel and you have to go to the reception to get the details for the actual overnight secure parking, which is around the block about 5 mins drive away. This would probably all be fine doing it for the second time when you know how it all works, but was a bit of a faff when turning up after a long drive. Service was OK but no more than that - the receptionist who greeted us on arrival (and who had to help us out with the parking) was helpful enough but a bit offhand, The next morning when trying to check-out, I had to wait so long at reception for anyone to come that I ended up having to phone the the hotel!! Troyes has a number of nice hotels at varying price levels and although this was a nice place and we would have no objection to staying here again, we would'nt go out of our way to do so either.

"Lovely stop off on the way to the alps"
ladyspacemonkey, 22 Décembre 2018

A lovely hotel, modern and clean with friendly and helpful staff, great location and secure parking available for a small fee. We spent one night there en route to the alps and will definitely be back. Breakfast is fresh, tasty and plentiful. What more could you ask for....

"Great location and contemporary hotel"
SampSevenoaks, 19 Novembre 2018

This hotel was recommended to us for our first night en route to Italy and was certainly perfect. We liked it so much that we stayed on our return journey to Calais! Contemporary bedrooms and bathrooms with parking available. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but we had drinks in the bar area before heading out into the beautiful town, which is full of restaurants. A big thank you to Lana (who speaks perfect English) for all her advice and making us feel so welcome.

"Comfortable Hotel In The Perfect Location"
Slight-Fade, 17 Novembre 2018

The hotel is located right in the centre, our room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast as it appeared a bit expensive and there is no lunch or dinner service available. There are however numerous restaurants in the vicinity and right opposite is an excellent patisserie. The hotel does have limited parking but there is a huge underground car park a few minutes walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

"Perfect"
332annetteb, 05 Novembre 2018

Very well run hotel in town centre. Excellent facilities with spa (no pool) and extremely efficient and helpful staff. A particular mention should be given to Lana who made our stay so enjoyable and who helped with choice of restaurants and routes to Italy. There is no restaurant at this hotel but so many in the vicinity. Breakfast is available but expensive. Would love to return!

"Location, location, location!"
Sukie48, 02 Octobre 2018

Great location right in the centre with all the sights and restaurants on your doorstep. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Breakfast had hot and cold food and very nice. Booked a car parking space in advance (there aren't many so do book ahead), but you need to ask them to send you a map of where it is in advance. A little difficult to find and you need the entrance code to get in. Overall lovely stay.

"Excellent location"
Somersetreview, 26 Septembre 2018

Stayed for a one night stop over in August. The hotel is well situated in the centre of Troyes. Tropes is a really interesting city with wonderful old buildings. The interior of the hotel is modern and comfortable. There isn't a restaurant but there are many close by. Breakfast was good.

"Superb hotel in s great location!"
Paul B, 17 Septembre 2018

Nice luxe feel to the hotel. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, room not overly large but big enough for one night. Great location for exploring the old town, so close to all the major historical sites and plenty of eateries and bars. Professional, friendly service. Undercover parking, bit of a maze to get to but secure and private for this hotel only which meant we were comfortable leaving half the luggage in the car. Would stay again for sure.

"Perfect stop over"
Laurence26, 20 Août 2018

We stayed for a night on our way home on this wonderful city. The hotel is very central, has aircon, parking, room service etc. The rooms are modern and clean but cosy. The shower is wonderful :) and the beds big for French standards! The staff is very friendly, f.ex giving us a bigger room as travelling with baby. We can only recommend this place!

"Nice stop off on way home"
jimawillis, 09 Août 2018

The hotel is situated in the middle of Troyes - you can park outside for 10 minutes to check in (strict)- the hotel car park is no more than 5 minute walk away. Staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome - fantastic to walk from and see all historic sites - dog friendly except for breakfast - room was top quality - thank you

"Nice Hotel - Patchy Guest Attention."
SoloTogether, 13 Juillet 2018

La Poste is ideally located for central Troyes, the hotel is nicely appointed and decor is fresh and classic 'modern hotel'. We booked a Junior Suite at La Poste for a last night of Luxury on our trip back to Calais and arrived about 16:00 to be greeted by the most unhelpful male Receptionist and (we assume) Manager. Both seemed more interested in answering phones and discussing something other than the Guest standing in front of them. I had to go and park the car as we hadn't booked their car park (although one of the men thought there was space, whilst the other glared him down), my Wife checked us in and got the key etc. No offer of help with the bags was forthcoming so she struggled into the lift, in front of the receptionist, to get to our room. Our room (105) was really well appointed, of good size and condition, but the eye to detail just wasn't there. 1 Bottle of complimentary water for 2 people, a safe that wouldn't retain its code, cup stains on the bedside cabinets, no vanity kit, pen etc.. Sure, we could have called Reception, but the last thing I want to do after a long drive is start moaning, even at these prices. Morning came, we received a 'Bonjour' from the female day Receptionist, went for Breakfast in the restaurant, where the team were very friendly, helpful and efficient and, by the way, the buffet breakfast was excellent! Checkout was equally as pleasant and helpful. Thus, our view of this hotel is marred by poor guest management on arrival and lack of attention to room presentation. Would we stay again or recommend? If it was downgraded to a 3* and priced accordingly, yes. If not........We'd have to weigh up it's convenience and decor vs patchy Guest attention.

"Decent hotel in central Troyes"
Andy T, 12 Juillet 2018

The Hotel De La Poste is a decent hotel in central Troyes with quiet good quality rooms but is lacking in atmosphere. It has parking a couple of streets away and is well located. Troyes is a strange town with some amazing old timber frames buildings but overall lacking in character.

"Modern updated hotel"
Anja B, 27 Juin 2018

Rooms very nicely updated. Breakfast well assorted and very good for best western hotel. We believe hotel well managed/run. Parking 200m outside. Good value for money. Recommended for overnight or short stay.

"Good, modern travellers hotel"
DMSG, 24 Juin 2018

We have been using this hotel for 25 years and even spent a few days cycling around the area. It is well run by Best Western and has been remodelled several times over the years. Apart from the fact that the air-conditioning wasn't working our room was excellent for a one-night stay. The new bathroom was very good with a large, comfortable shower and plenty of light. The garage is not in the building but only a short walk away. Breakfast was excellent as well with plenty of choice and quite a lot of healthy options. This is an old building in an even older city. It is well taken maintained and up to date.

"Fabulous Location with Parking Close by"
Martin R, 07 Juin 2018

Great Hotel, welcoming staff and a satisfying breakfast in the centre of Troyes. Rooms have a quality feel with all amenities that could be needed. You will not be disappointed & a short walk from the main town. No on site restaurant but there are plenty close by and recommended by the hotelier receptionist.

"Not as good as expected from the reviews "
src1948, 16 Mai 2018

An ancient building, comprehensively refurbished, with an excellent central location in a beautiful city. The hotel has a useful private garage, with large spaces, a few minutes walk away, but stopping outside the hotel to load or unload is difficult (hope to find a parking space or block the traffic and dash in to ask the hotel to lower their bollards). Our comfort room overlooked a quiet courtyard and had big windows, but was depressingly cramped and a bit drab (the wardrobe door could not be closed as the hangers stuck out). The aircon was poor and opening the windows was more effective. The bathroom was fine. Breakfast was OK, with a reasonable selection and friendly staff, though it would have been nice if they had cleared used plates during the meal as the tables are small. Reception staff were OK... polite, but not really engaged. Overall not a bad experience, and the garage is a real plus but, unlike the Mercure in Nancy, we weren't sorry to leave.

"Agree with other reviews"
eyedeebees, 27 Avril 2018

Yes, they all say the same...lovely hotel in town centre, comfortable, really friendly and helpful staff, great bedroom, fabulous breakfast, and a general feeling of luxury. As others, stayed for one night while passing through the lovely old town with its 16th century half-timbered houses (make sure you visit Ruelle Des Chats and photograph the grinning cat) and the hotel's location could not be better. Note that parking on site is not offered, but a secure parking garage is only a few 100m away and very convenient

"Central, quiet, luxury"
kimski44, 05 Mars 2018

Stayed here as a stopover from the French Alps to the U.K. - a very nice hotel but with limited parking available, due to its location in the centre of town (easily found with google maps) - however, there is an excellent and very secure underground public car park just under ten minutes' walk away (approx €10/night). You can park directly in front of the hotel for ten minutes to unload. The hotel is located straight off the central square and within minutes, you are in the very cute, picturesque mediaeval town with a multitude of little restaurants and brasseries. Note Monoprix the great supermarket and general department store is open late and on Sundays, and it is less than five minutes' walk away. We arrived too late for us to use the Spa (the spa was open in the evening though and looked super). The room was large with a very comfortable bed along with the usual trappings. Nice, calm decoration with pictures of horses and other “horsey” decor as a nod to its previous Posting Inn background. Tea/coffee making facilities. Large separate bathroom off a little entrance corridor within the room with a superb shower with various shower choice features! Lovely “Nuxe” bathroom supplies. The room was lovely and warm but a great feature was that you could open the windows - unusual in a hotel of this type. We took breakfast as there was an “express” option, at only €7.50 you could have as much of the bread/croissants, etc and coffee as you liked (Nespresso machine) - everything was fresh and we would really recommend this option. Very efficient staff, some slightly detached in manner, but overall everything very good standard at this hotel. Fluent English is also spoken. Immaculately clean and professional image all around.

"Lovely Hotel"
LouieGribble, 13 Janvier 2018

Stayed here just for one night whilst passing through Troyes. Nice classy hotel with a equine theme running through. Clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. Room was very nice and smart. Spa looked lovely but didn't have time to sample it. Breakfast was good with a wide selection and staff were attentive and helpful. Parking is a private secure car park 50m away. Highly recommended.

"What a great hotel!"
User, 31 Décembre 2017

After a 9 hour drive from the Alps, as a stopover on the way to Calais, we needed a treat and this hotel certainly provided it! I wouldn't have expected such a lovely hotel from the Best Western chain. Stylish decor all the way through. We had the ‘prestige suite' and it was amazing. Massive interconnecting rooms with high ceilings and beams, beautifully decorated, massive comfy master bed with crisp white linen, kids on sofa bed which they said was very comfy. Amazing bathroom with power shower, and to the kids' delight - jacuzzi bubble bath and the TV on the bathroom mirror just about topped it! We didn't have the hotel breakfast but popped to the boulangerie opposite for delicious pastries to accompany the Nespresso coffees in the room. Our only issue was it was slightly hard to find the parking. We will definitely be coming back to the great hotel again to make the most of the luxury and to have time to explore Troyes a bit more.

"Excellent city centre hotel"
Ian B, 14 Novembre 2017

Hotel very clean and well furnished. Reception staff pleasent and polite. Room immaculate. Warm and inviting. Has Car Park a little hard to find but ok. Great location for the shops and restaurants. Will happily return

"Surprised at the Quality"
Laura S, 19 Octobre 2017

Coming from the western US, I wondered about staying at a Best Western, of all places, in France! We were pleasantly surprised. We needed our GPS to get us to the parking garage (one way streets) but the walk from there to the hotel was brief. Courteous staff with an easy check-in. Very clean and quiet. The room was contemporary, well-lit, big enough for our needs, comfortable bed and had a great shower. Since we were just passing through to Germany, we only stayed one night. Since it was a Sunday, some of the restaurants were closed but there were enough restaurants open. The town is charming and was a great stop-over. The breakfast is scrumptious but expensive. However, we wanted an early start and didn't feel like looking around for somewhere to eat. Would stay there again and would recommend this Best Western.

"High quality hotel with a warm welcome"
Park_Hall_Barry, 05 Octobre 2017

Stayed for one night on a journey heading south to Provence. The hotel is in a prime position in relation to Troye's sights and its town centre restaurants. The reception staff were friendly, warm, and helpful. The room was large with an excellent bathroom and separate WC. It was clean and comfortable with a large double bed. We stayed in a room looking inward to a small courtyard. No views of any sort (although none really from "outside" rooms either) but very quiet. Breakfast was included in our package (booked directly through Best Western) and was well prepared and substantial. The private car park is a bonus even if you do have to wrestle a little with Troye's one way system to get to it. It is, say, 250 metres from the front door of the hotel but a longer drive. However this is a quality hotel offering a good level of comfort and amenities.

"Super central location"
dinkytoys, 29 Septembre 2017

The hotel is in the center of Troyees. Access by car is not straight forward (lots of small and one-way streets), but stay for a couple of days and you get used to it. Rooms are newly decorated with a very good bed. Parking is limited to about ten cars in a garage three minutes' walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and bars within 200 m from the hotel. Breakfast is good. We were a party of 20 that had a very nice stay in pleasant surroundings.

"Fantastic hotel, great location and lovely staff"
TR4prez, 22 Septembre 2017

I rode from Annecy to Troyes and arrived tired after my journey. The welcome I received from staff at The Best Western in Troyes was wonderful. I especially wish to thank Theodora at reception who is a brilliant person who helped me and made me feel very welcome. The Hotel itself is perfect. Beautiful clean rooms with a lovely bathroom. Check-in was fast and efficient and the spa area is a nice touch. Location of the hotel is perfect right in the centre of Troyes with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again!

"Comfortable stop two minutes from historic centre of Troyes"
Judy S, 15 Septembre 2017

Tucked away down a side street, this hotel has all the modern amenities for a comfortable stopover. A rogue satnav managed to get us lost in Troyes but the hotel receptionist helpfully phoned me on my mobile and talked us in until we found our way. How thoughtful! Room was not large but spotlessly clean, excellent mattress and crisp white bedlinen ensured a good night's rest. Great shower. The beautiful medieval centre of Troyes is just two minutes walk from the hotel.

"The hotel to stay in Troyes"
Wiesia946, 15 Septembre 2017

Our room was huge - we got an upgrade , but I peeked into other , regular rooms and they were of good size , with nice bathrooms , everything new and well maintained. Buffet breakfast- fresh and good quality. And excellent location!

"Fabulous hotel right in the centre of this beautiful city"
robert192, 14 Septembre 2017

We really loved Troyes and this hotel, next time we will stay there longer. Fabulous hotel with excellent decor and ensuites. Position is right in the middle of the city from which you can walk to all the main attractions plus shopping and superb restaurants (recommend Au Jardin Gourmand. They have a nearby lock up garage (charge €10).

"Lovely hotel, beautiful city"
VXFoxy, 07 Septembre 2017

The room was lovely. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. Pre-book if you need a parking space. We didn't and had to park in the very nice public car park. Breakfast expensive so we didn't have it. Recommended.

"Always good - now with Spa even better"
thePhotoDude812, 05 Septembre 2017

Visited again end of July. Stuff and rooms are still without complain and the newly designed breakfast room seems to offer even more than before. Read more about my thoughts on rooms and location in an earlier review. Now the hotel features a Spa area right inside. Sadly this wasn´t completly ready but I got a little tour through the new annex and really look forward to my next visit where I will test the spa area for sure. Again I need to highlight the reception stuff. Daniel got me an additional set of towels in the evening, and every question is quickly answered. In addition I have to ad, that my business colleagues travelling with me this time were delighted about the hotel as well.

"Quite posh"
melvin l, 03 Septembre 2017

Modern interiors and smart clean facilities in this hotel make for a welcome cocoon from the original medieval township it stands in. Centrally located for the amazing sightseeing of the town, we found all of it within easy walking distance. The hotel also has an excellent spa treatment area which we used and found to be professional and friendly.

"Great Stopover"
nomz22, 02 Septembre 2017

Stayed here on the way back to England from the South of France and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The location is very central so even though the hotel doesn't have a restaurant we had no problems finding somewhere. Parking was slightly more difficult but this was mainly due to Bastille Day celebrations meaning that a lot of the roads were closed, we eventually parked in the Cathedral parking which was very close and worked well. Would definitely stay here again!

"Excellent "
P R, 14 Août 2017

On the way back to London we stayed in Best Western Hotel de la Poste. We stayed in a family suite. The rooms were huge and each had its own TV's. We loved the fact that there was a TV in the bathroom mirror! Friendly helpful staff and own parking close to the hotel. If you are staying in Toyes make sure you stay in this hotel.

"A good place to stay while exploring Troyes"
The_Cafe_Tester, 06 Juillet 2017

Right on the edge of the old town, this is a good place to stay while exploring Troyes. It's a very decent hotel with good rooms, a good breakfast room and helpful staff on reception. Car parking is five minutes away by foot and no problem, the parking bays are a decent size but don't forget to prebook your parking. Recommended.

"Good hotel and location."
Mark D, 11 Juin 2017

This hotel located in medieval part of Troyes, that's why it is not so easy to park your car. The rooms and bathrooms nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Good continental breakfast. We can recommend this hotel to other travelers.

"Perfectly satisfactory"
Jon F, 08 Juin 2017

Troyes is a very pretty historic town, great for walking - quite tricky for drivers. Finding this hotel was quite a challenge, the front of the hotel was covered with scaffolding. Our room was very comfortable, though it would have been nice to have forewarning of the building work in the central courtyard at the time of booking; as it was, opening the curtains in the morning to overlook workmen was a bit of a surprise. It's quite expensive and breakfast and parking comes at extra costs.

"Central dog friendly and very welcoming"
Ensigna, 21 Mai 2017

Travelling for the first time with our dog we were apprehensive However absolutely no need to worry. This hotel provided in our room prior to arrival :- Drinking / eating station with fresh water Dog treats Suggest local walking routes We were welcomed with a friendly reception and our room perfect for our overnight stay We recommend this hotel Troyes is a perfect short break Parking local to hotel

"Nice hotel well located"
Carole F, 21 Mai 2017

The hotel is nice and well located in the medieval quarter of Troyes. The parking is a little bit hard to find although it is very close to the hotel. The hotel room is spacious and nice & clean. The people at the reception desk were very friendly.

"Always enjoyable staying at this hotel"
jckoueiki, 20 Mai 2017

Very helpful staff knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area activities or museum information excellent rooms, and amazing breakfast. The location at Central near all amenities, bus, train restaurants, everything is in walking distance.

"Perfect location for exploring the medieval quarter of Troyes"
Greenjag, 17 Mai 2017

This is a lovely hotel, and one where we would certainly return. Our initial concern had been where to park, as the car was loaded up with wine and champagne! The hotel is VERY central, just off the main square and walkable to everything. You can park outside for a few minutes, and the very friendly and helpful people on the desk gave us a map and detailed directions to their secure car park - a 5 min drive because of 1 way streets, but a short walk back. The room was large, modern and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and well worth paying for - a huge choice of freshly cooked items and fruits, patisserie. Very highly recommended.

"A warm welcome, well appointed and excellently located"
philip c, 07 Avril 2017

With its unasuming fascia on a side street in the centre of Troyes lies a modern, stylish and comfortable hotel. Well appointed rooms with excellent compact shower rooms. Best to park your car in the 24 hr cathedral car park. We travelled with a pair of dogs and this mist be one of the friendliest hotels for them. Even had water bowls and tennis balls in the room. Whisper was overjoyed!

"Very nice hotel"
mcenroute, 27 Mars 2017

I've been for 3 nights in this hotel. I find it very nice, modern, useful, but at the same time in an ancient building conveniently restored. Breakfast with a very good quality, maybe a little bit overpriced, but not more than similar hotels anywhere. Price of the rooms in the upper side of the city, but probably justified by the excellent location.

"Always suprisingly relaxed"
thePhotoDude812, 29 Janvier 2017

After staying in several other Hotels in the region I discovered the Best Western. Stays since then have always been a pleasure. Check in is easy and the stuff is very friendly. They even called me once to check back with some reservations I had done via Internet and that were a bit confusing. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The single rooms are rather small, but well designed and absolutely sufficient for me. Everything you need fits and you have a little working space. Even with the location within the city you get good sleep as the rooms are well isolated. In the morning the rain shower is a good start into the day. Breakfast has fresh fruits, bread and even pancakes. Enough for me. Hotel own parking is just around the corner and costs 10 Euros per night. Overall a comfortable Hotel you love to check in after a long drive or workday.

"Central, Modern, Stylish with lovely staff"
MikeJL59, 24 Janvier 2017

Fresh clean friendly reception with lots of useful information on arrival. Room had big double bed, plenty of seating, large wardrobe, safe, large flatscreen TV (mainly French channels with a few international news channels in English.) Excellent aircon. The en suite had shower and separate bath (a bit short for me) sink with large mirror incorporating a TV and nice toiletries. Wifi was very good. Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold items. Staff were very helpful at all times. Parking was in a secure parking near by but not immediately adjacent to the hotel: I would recommend contacting the hotel before you arrive to get instructions to access this facility as it is a bit of a trek around the block if you start from outside the hotel due the restrictions of the one way system.

"Excellent hotel in the city centre of the beautiful Champagne city of Troyes"
walterjanssens, 20 Décembre 2016

We were very well received at arrival time. The hotel is spacious and the rooms are up to date to today's standards. Its location is super. Rooms at the patio side are very quiet and comfortable. We stayed with 5 other couples and all were extremely satisfied. Very kind hostesses at the reception desk !

"1 night in Troyes"
detiid, 15 Novembre 2016

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, well situated in the middle of town. good local restaurants. a very attractive interesting and historical town to spend a short break. hotel has a garage but book ahead.

"Lovely hotel in a very nice location"
clgarb111, 22 Octobre 2016

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the guest services were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to the "downtown" area of Troyes. We all wished we had a little more time to explore the area but something we will look into on a return trip. Secure, covered parking was available just 2 blocks from the hotel. I would stay here again.

"Central location but overpriced"
WandererG, 24 Septembre 2016

Location near the centre was excellent, getting to the car park was a nightmare especially as there are quite a lot of roadworks going on! Also didnt help that we were given the wrong access code at the time of booking. Once we got to the hotel the room was nicely furnished with air conditioning and comfortable Tea and coffee provided . No restaurant or bar. Didnt take the breakfast ( 16 euros each???) as we were rushing to go . There is a Boulangerie opposite A bit pretentious.

"GOOD HOTEL BUT COULD BE BETTER"
petertimpkin, 16 Septembre 2016

BEST I JUST LIST THE POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES; Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly, which was a big reason I would go back. Parking is very complicated as you can park outside the hotel to drop off, but they need to be quicker in putting the electronic posts down in front of the hotel to let you drop off, as cars use the one way flow and get angry if you block this street for more than a few seconds. The actual car park is very good, but needs to be booked in advance, but here again its very hard to find indeed even if it is a short walk two streets away. Location is excellent very central balanced between old and new towns. the one way system is very complicated and a sat nav is a must navigating around here. We did not try breakfast based on reviews we read so cannot comment. There is an excellent Boulangerie right in front of the hotel. The main reason I did not give it full marks was that we booked and paid for a large suite to get two beds and was given a very large apartment at the top of the hotel but with only one bed. You also need to be aware that at the top of the hotel there are many windows creating much noise at night as the internal parts of the hotel seem well insulated. The rooms themselves are very clean and nice, but the bed the hardest we have ever slept in for many a year.

"Central, clean and helpful staff"
nellybooboo, 10 Septembre 2016

Found this on trip advisor and it didn't disappoint at all. Perfect location and we managed to book in early evening and get a parking place in the secure car park. Our room was air conditioned, very comfortable and the breakfast was good, offering hot and cold options. We were very comfortable for the night and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was quiet too, surprisingly considering the central location.

"Great little hotel stop over in Troyes"
Jon Dee J, 06 Septembre 2016

Nice little hotel felt more like a boutique' hotel than a best western chain. The equestrian style of the decor very attractive and relates to the fact this hotel use to be a coaching post. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and welcoming. It was quiet and our room was upgraded at no extra charge from what we original booked which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very reasonably priced. Lovely clean comfortable room large shower and mini fridge. A great place to stay over exploring Troyes or passing through. On arrival please note the drop off outside the hotel has automated posts controlled by the reception. We couldn't stop outside due to traffic behind and had to drive around several times before running in to ask for the posts to be lowered. Then driving to the hotel car park a few blocks down was quite confusing and caused a bit of stress in the busy traffic. So be prepared! If you prefer a smaller hotel with cosy atmosphere this hotel won't let you down.

"Great location"
Essexboyz123, 04 Septembre 2016

Nice rooms and great location in the heart of this beautiful town and secure parking (small charge) close by. Hotel slightly let down by it's service as the staff on reception just seemed to be lacking in personality.

"Good resting place"
CheshireIanP, 31 Août 2016

Troyes is a good place to stay if you are travelling through France from the Riviera to Calais. It is a beautiful old town with some nice restaurants. The Best Western is in the town centre and ideally placed to enjoy the old features. The room price seemed reasonable. Our room was comfortable with a good bathroom and shower and free wifi. I thought it was better than many Best Western Hotels I had stayed at. I had previously read about the hotel car park being detached from the hotel but since we arrived after 5pm we simply found a metered parking space near the hotel for 2 euros or so overnight. If I had any regrets its that we should have arranged to stay at this hotel for two nights instead of one so that we had the day to explore Troyes, but as it was, it turned out to be a great choice as a resting place along the way to the channel tunnel. We got up at 8am and drove to Calais in time for an approx 1pm crossing, stopping for breakfast on the way Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Nice hotel, right in the centre of town, breakfast was a let down"
stephla89, 22 Août 2016

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, friendly hotel. The room was a decent size and everything was in good repair and with good amenities (we stayed in a comfort double). The staff at reception were nice, however didn't seem to have much knowledge of the local area (we asked about nearby champagne tasting and they didn't seem to know anywhere near - in the end Google sent us in the right direction). When we asked for dinner recommendations, we were sent to a fairly standard bistro, for which the hotel keeps the menu in reception. We discovered better places to eat by walking around the town the next day. Unfortunately breakfast was a let down as a lot of items did not get replaced when they had run out (including croissants).

"Best western hotel de la poste"
User, 17 Août 2016

Very good. Spotless, modern with nice touches - beautiful mini patisserie on reception desk. Friendly, attentive staff. Well stocked bathroom & fab showers. Very good, comfortable bed too and well insulated rooms so had sound nights sleep. Didn't breakfast there do can't comment on that.

"Perfect location, great service!"
peng4711, 14 Août 2016

On our roadtrips in the US we have been relying a lot on the BW. Also this one in Troyes has been great. Super location, nice, friendly and good English speaking staff. Parking garage 200 meters away. The room was very clean, cosy and spacious, good beds, the breakfast outstanding and the overall atmosphere is great! Another winner:-)

"Ideal stop-over on our way north."
Bastapasta24, 14 Août 2016

This very good town centre hotel is now our preferred stop travelling back to the uk. The bedroom was compact but very clean with an excellent shower room. Our dogs were made very welcome with their own feed station in the room and a toy as a present.Troyes has a good range of restaurants all close to the hotel.

"Great hotel"

Great hotel. Very nice staff with great English. Sweets for kids on arrival. They were also given teddys which was a lovely treat. Great air conditioning in rooms. Rooms very modern. Excellent complementary drinks. Handy car parking for a little extra charge. Good location to go to bars and restaurants in Troyes

"Great Character Hotel"
Mary C, 02 Août 2016

This hotel has a great city centre location. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. We were a little disappointed with the size of the room for the price that we paid but it was fine for one night. The hotel is quite charming and has a good character. It has a good safe car park very close by that costs 10 euros for the night. Troyes is quite simply a delightful city, full of beautiful old buildings. I would definitely love to go back.

"3 days in Troyes"
U6905LUchrisg, 27 Juillet 2016

We had a junior suite with two adults and an 11 year old. Good beds, nice bathroom, everything very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated in the center of town, perfect to visit the different museums and churches. We also went to visit Remy Massin & Fils, a champagne producer some 40 minutes away. A wellworth visit.

"Amazing service lovely rooms"
Lellewel, 11 Juillet 2016

We booked a mini suite which was suitable for traveling with a 2 year old. The room was perfect! Well appointed, lovely bathroom and a nespresso machine :) They had set up a large travel cot made up with sheets which was perfect! On arrival they presented my little one with a cuddly toy. The toiletries were lovely and it made the stay perfect. Can't say enough good things about this place. Oh yes it's central, with secure parking and quiet :)

"If you have a dog - stay here!"
Stuart C, 08 Juillet 2016

Such a dog friendly hotel. Our Golden Retriever was welcomed into the room with a bowl of fresh water and a treat along with some information on dog friendly Troyes. He can't speak French however so I translated for him! We stayed in one of the Champagne suites which was huge. Wonderful bathroom with jacuzzi bath and powerful air con. Nearby parking is secure and no problems height wise even if you have a Range Rover with a roof box! Great location and stylish hotel

"Cosy, very nice and modern"
cvsanden, 07 Juillet 2016

Perfect location, we came with two children and our dog. After a very warm welcome we were shown to our amazing 2story room, all extremely nice and clean with all modern amenities. The garage for the car is in very close proximity just a 3 minute walk away Loved it

"Great location, well equipped, air conditioning. Great hotel"
Linda58essex, 01 Juillet 2016

Had a great welcome at reception. The room had everything you could want. I don't usually stay at chains but this was really exceptional. The location could not be more central. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. It was a very hot day so we really appreciated the air con. You will not go wrong if you stay here.

"City centre hotel but thin walls"
Colin S, 29 Juin 2016

Efficient reception who had contacted is in advance to confirm arrival Showed us the room which is always a plus when you have a complex layout No proper bar or restaurant in hotel but recommendations in the city which is on the doorstep Parking , we used the giddy making cathedral underground at 10 euros for the night Breakfast is good with attention from the waitress Only negatives A whistling air con And thin walls which let neighbouring rooms noise through

"Excellent! Especially for those travelling with dogs!"
Lisa M, 27 Juin 2016

We have stayed here several times on our way to the Alps and on the way back. The staff are always pleasant, polite and friendly. This time we stayed with our 10 month old puppy and the staff couldn't be more accommodating! The pup had a special welcome in the room with a bowl of water, treat and a toy along with poo bags supplied and a door hanger to 'advise' other guests we had our furry friend with us. Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable and right in the centre of Troyes. also worth a mention is that parking is available in the hotels secure car park. We will definitely stay again en route to the Alps.

"Excellent hotel"
Sarah P, 26 Juin 2016

Using Thomasville, asked staff for help with finding car park as road works, and would never have got there without help. Lovely room overlooking court yard. Excellent breakfast. Staff were really helpful with advice on what to see, where to eat. Really enjoyed stay.

"Spacious room, helpful staff."
soundings, 08 Juin 2016

We enjoyed this apparently newly refurbished hotel's somewhat quirky but tasteful horse-theme decor. The room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bar available in the lobby, though we did not take advantage of it. Breakfast options ranged from "continental" to full buffet, including a large array of pastries, but breakfast is not included in the room price. There was a nearby parking garage. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the historic churches and main sights of Troyes.

"Localização - Location"
Sergio F, 06 Juin 2016

Quarto bom, ótimo atendimento é uma localização excelente. Deixamos o carro parado e fizemos praticamente tudo a pé. Room Ok, small for USA standards but reasonable size. Front desk attention was above normal. Left the car at Hotel parking, close by (10 euro per night) and walked everywhere. Location, location, location.

"Excellent hotel"
Lionel D, 06 Juin 2016

Great location in this under rated charming medieval city. Hotel parking is a little difficult to find. Not extravagant but original and warm decor. Very comfortable bedding, extremely quiet. Great shower and bath room.

"Warm welcome"
Geraint J, 04 Juin 2016

This hotel was a little difficult to drive to, given the city centre one way system, but once there it was great. The parking was very secure and close by. The reception staff were really helpful. The decor was fresh and appealing. No restaurant but a huge selection nearby. Would stay there again.

"Another superb overnight stay "
Gillian P, 21 Mai 2016

We found this hotel last year and preferred to stay here in Troyes rather than Reims. The hotel's situation in town is perfect - just a short walk to the shops and a great choice of restaurants! The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Last year we were travelling with our granddaughter and took a big suite. This year we took a Junior Suite. Room and bathroom with sep. toilet spacious and very clean (very important to me) and the staff are friendly. Breakfast very good. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Can't think of anything negative to say!

"Great hotel and location"
sophie056, 19 Mai 2016

Lovely modern hotel in a fantastic location for investigating the old town of Troyes. Large room, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful reception staff. We dropped luggage and parked in cathedral underground car park about 100 yards away, there may have been closer parking not sure.

"Cosy and friendly"
Rita-Katarina, 19 Mai 2016

Cosy, small hotel with pleasant, service-oriented staff. Right at the center of Troyes, walking distance everywhere. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Wheelchair-friendly. Well equipped room for disabled. Good breakfast with local products. Possibility to reserve a place in a garage.

"Excellent Hotel, conveniently situated, nearby secure parking."
John D, 18 Mai 2016

We were fooled by the address for parking the car - their parking is in Rue Jargondis nearby and you need a code from Reception. They sent us one beforehand but it was out of date when we got there! They have collapsible bollards just outside the front door, controlled from Reception, for unloading. It would have been helpful to understand that beforehand. That was the only black mark for an otherwise excellent hotel which is situated just off the corner of the main crossroads in the centre of town, The station is about 10 mins walk away. Driving there was fairly easy, narrow one way street off the central ring road. Room, bathroom, service, breakfast all excellent, If we went back to Troyes, would not stay anywhere else!

"Superb staff and superb hotel"
critic1976, 20 Avril 2016

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, great food in local restaurants, parking, staff at the hotel are amazing, the night Porter was so helpful and my double!! The refurbished room and a subtle but great theme of horses, little touches go a long way, and a fridge in the room was helpful too. Very clean throughout.

"Exceptionally helpful staff!"
LDM306, 03 Avril 2016

We stayed twice at the hotel on route to and from our ski trip. The hotel offers secure parking when reserved and the location is perfect for exploring Troyes as it is in the heart of the city. The hotel is modern and the cosy bar area is inviting and stylish. The hotel has a very personal feel about it, Daniel and the other staff members were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests such as making dinner reservations and even ordering a pizza delivery for our teenagers. We stay in hotels often and have never experienced such helpful and friendly staff, the hotel has a great little team!

"Lovely hotel in a great location"
Ben M, 31 Mars 2016

A great stop over, right in the thick of the beautiful town. Parking is round the corner. It was so nice we've rebooked for our return journey from Skiing. A perfect stop off on the way back to the UK.

"In mid-centre of Troyes great place to stay and visit Troyes"
tiebout2, 30 Mars 2016

The reception at the hotel was very friendly, rooms are very comfortable, parking place nearby the hotel, easy to to reach if you checked out and walk to the parking, but a lot more difficult when you have to check-in first and ask for the code, because of the one-way roads in Troyes. It costs me almost one hour to find, while the parking is no more then 2 minutes walk. There must be a better solution for that.

"Fantastic hotel and best location."
Kane S, 29 Mars 2016

Very accommodating hotel, lovely rooms especially impressed with the modern and luxurious shower! the location is most central to Troyes and quiet! helpful and pleasant staff who are very accommodating. We forgot our european travel plug adaptor but the staff were quite happy to lend their's out.

"Old City Charm"
GordonAbben, 28 Mars 2016

Stopped off here driving from UK to Geneva. Very good service and good rooms for a Four Star Hotel. Italian restaurant attached to the hotel which was convenient , although with better planning would have visited one of the many fine restaurants in this old town

"Good location ---- very nice staff"
sue h, 24 Mars 2016

This is a very nice smart, clean, enjoyable hotel. It is a little awkward to find so a sat nav is a good idea. Parking in the city is very limited but the hotel has private parking around the corner ---- the staff were happy to either park the car for us or accompany us. Because of the one way system we let them park the car. Our room was comfortable and spacious. A fun gimmick was a television in the mirror in the bathroom. If I had to moan I would say that the pillows were a bit thin and lumpy. There is no restaurant in the hotel ---- however, there are a lot to choose from in the old part of town which is just a short walk. All in all a good place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

"Beat expectations "
whitby_rob, 15 Mars 2016

I know that this place has some very good reviews but I was surprised just how right they all are. The staff are genuinely friendly and they are very dog friendly. If your into horses you will love it. All done very tastefully. There car park is a bit of a problem but it isn't the end of the world.

"Lovely hotel in a great location"
J0JamesHarpenden, 27 Février 2016

We only stayed here one night as a stop off travelling from the South of France to Calais. The hotel is lovely; perfectly situated in the centre of town, good sized rooms and the staff were very friendly & helpful. There's no parking but they have a drop off point right outside (you just run into reception and they will lower the bollards for you) so you can drop off luggage and then there is ample free parking on a road a short walk away. Troyes itself is a stunning medieval town and I wish we'd had longer there.

"Dog friendly and stylish"
Stuart C, 18 Février 2016

Located in the centre of town with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and an amazing patisserie across the road. Easy parking nearby (even for a Range Rover with roof box!) and very friendly staff. Rooms are stylish with some fun touches such as a TV in the mirror of the bathroom and clean. A great place for a stopover or short break

"Great place to stop off at"
DINODog2, 15 Janvier 2016

Lovely and helpful staff....they speak very good English ...nice modern decoration....good hot baths / showers...good breakfast with many choices...excellent location neat fine restaurants and fun area.... (but it is a slightly spooky medieval town) ...the reception helped me print off a very good google map to Channel Tunnel with directions in English.... only drawback is that it gets very cold at night ....very! You can unload in front of hotel but you park around the corner. They are happy to take you to the car park so you don't get lost as the roads are all narrow and one way ...which was very helpful to me!

"Nice Hotel"
Jc M, 19 Novembre 2015

Located right in the heart of the old town. A bit challenging to unload from a car because the narrow one way street in front has minimal space most of the time. The parking garage is nearby (about a block). Room was spacious and nicely appointed.

"A very good place to stay in central Troyes"
wolf1234, 15 Octobre 2015

On arriving, if you have come by car, you will need the hotel garage as parking is very difficult in the centre of Troyes. The garage took some finding. The entrance is in Rue de Jargondis, but you will need to go to the hotel first to get the code. You can park briefly outside the hotel to drop your cases. Get them to retract the bollards outside the hotel if there is nowhere to wait. They will give you a map to get around the one way to the garage and the code for the door. It is the second garage door in the street. The only way to get back into the garage when on foot is to use the code to open the big door and walk through it. You exit on foot or with your car by the door that exits into the street at the other end of the garage. The hotel is very clean and modern. The reception staff are very friendly and speak good English although they appreciate you trying your French on them. The room I has was clean and looked out on to a quiet atrium. You do get some noise from other rooms and the stairs and corridor, but it wasn't excessive. The bathroom with rain shower was good. The room has TV, tea and coffee making kit, air conditioning and a fridge. The safe is in the fridge. There wasn't much storage space, but enough for a few nights. It is only a few minutes' walk from the square, the old quarter, the restaurants and the attractions.

"A HIDDEN GEM IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY"
Paul T, 12 Octobre 2015

We were surprised and delighted to discover this lovely little hotel right in the middle of the city. Surrounded by pastel coloured beamed buildings right in the centre of the shopping area, we will definitely return.

"Excellent location"
Happyfizzy, 06 Octobre 2015

Excellent location, right in the centre with many restaurants/shops right on the doorstep. Parking is in a secure garage facility only a few minutes' walk from the hotel but can be difficult to find due to Troyes' one-way systems. Park outside the hotel on a '10-minute meter' if you can to unload your luggage and get directions to the car park! Staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a quirky style. Our room was on the small side but well-appointed and had a beautiful bathroom. We had an 'internal' view of a roof below us and other apartments opposite, which we didn't mind for a one-night stay, but would not have liked had we been staying longer. Breakfast was good though rather expensive. Overall a charming hotel and we would stay here again.

"Very good"
Stephen J, 30 Septembre 2015

Good location so easily accessible to town centre and restaurants and local market. Tourist information centre also very close and also helpful, Many choices of very diversed restaurants and good price and quality. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom.. In addition to these the hotel staff also were very helpful and friendly.....highly recommended

"Pleasant la Poste"
Xióng M, 29 Septembre 2015

If you prefer to stay in the centre of Troyes, this is the place to be. Let the outside of the hotel not deceive you, the rooms are modern and spacious Very reasonable prices and a friendly staff. The private parking, is private, only not connected to the hotel, a large garage two streets further is waiting for your car. It requires a little drive from the hotel due the one way traffic system

"Perfect hotel"
Carl-Henrik P, 23 Septembre 2015

Arrived September 23.The reception and check in was very friendly, quick and professional. I was recommended a nearby bistrot for a late dinner. And got a free champagne voucher. The room was perfect, in a very old building but still very comfortable and fresh room. The bathroom, shower and toilet unit seemed to be brand new and was very well equipped, clean and fresh. The best I have seen in France. And I have seen many hotels in France. Breakfast was perfect, and the breakfast hostess was very friendly and service minded in a correct way.

"Hotel in the heart of Troyes with parking facility"
Bellstravel, 21 Septembre 2015

Hotel reception very helpful with check-in, luggage and parking. Secure hotel parking station near-by, staff member accompanied me, made it very easy to find. Feature wall of the hotel about 400 years old. Hotel does not have a restaurant but many nearby. Very good location in the heart of Nancy.

"Stunning reception area but a bit expensive"
carrolls523, 11 Septembre 2015

The refreshed reception area and corridors were stunning, all of an equestrian theme. Rooms were perfectly pleasant tho not as stunning as the rest. Excellent staff who even tho they were fully booked, showed us a single which they felt could accomodate us both. It sid the job beautifully. Breakfast also on the pricey side so we ate at the cafe opposite for €7. Centrally located and near the under ground car park

"Excellent staff and garage particularly good"
LeithTree, 10 Septembre 2015

Seems strange to mention the garage, but it was secure, close the hotel, a bargain at 10 Euro and high-enough for our VW California[campervan] - staff gave really clear instructions on how to find it and there is a 10min parking bay immediately outsidethe hotel. This is a big plus point in the very centre of town. When arriving by car note that although there is a sign projecting from the building in Rue Raymond Poincare the entrance is around the corner [with another sign] in Rue Emile Zola. We had made a last-minute booking direct through Best Western website at a great price. It had been a long time since we had stayed at a Best Western as in England they had seemed tired and staid- well that is certainly not the case in this one-stylish and as modern as it could be within thespace. We had a Junior suite - room 212 - view into square. Positive points - really good shower, comfy bed, reasonable amount of space in an old building - felt as thought it was as luxurious as they could make it. Creaky floors throughout, so aware that children in the room above woke early - but you cannot have an old building with beams and not have to make some compromises - the creaky floors and the soundproofing are the reason it is only 4*- but we would return here and recommend it to friends. We did not take breakfast as it seemed expensive and there are cafe/bars very close by [as well as the exceptional Gerard boulangerie/patisserie opposite!] Staff were really cheery, efficient and helpful - making our dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant [the hotel has no restaurant] - different team at check-out but same positive attitude - a real asset to the hotel.

"Perfect location; 400 year old building with modern decor"
100Willow, 09 Septembre 2015

Perfect location equidistant from the cathedral and the old medieval part of town. The hotel seems fairly recently refurbished -with modern furniture which worked well in this very old building. Clean modern rooms. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. I left some clothing in my room and phoned back to ask them to send it on to my next hotel. They did that happily. Special thanks to Theodora and Sevenny for doing that! ????

"Accommodation poor"
John B, 06 Septembre 2015

Poor but clean, it was a cramped double room.Breakfast facility was week but because it was in the town centre not a problem.A great pattiserrie opposite. Parking for unloading was difficult but achievable, parking securely for overnight by arrangement was very good and nearby.I wouldn't book again.

"Very nice & confortable hotel"
Mireandy, 01 Septembre 2015

Nicely located, the desk staff are very helpful, all the time we were there. Excelent recomendation of restaurants - the bedroom wasnice & confortable , ours was quiet looking attheback.-very good walilking shower - my husband was pleased with the B'fast.

"Fab stop over hotel for families"
MRB2, 01 Septembre 2015

We stopped here for a night enroute south. The hotel and staff exceeded expectations - lovely friendly service, gifts for kids, brilliant room, secure parking. Well done hotel de la poste - very professional. We'll def stay again.

"Stopover"
Drsazmac2, 28 Août 2015

Great location on return from Alps. Hotel is stylish and comfortable with all mod cons could want at this price. Staff were friendly and helpful. We pre booked parking and found the car park easily. This was essential as we have a high vehicle and parking is limited in the centre. The hotel is perfectly located for the old centre and it was lovely wandering out in the evening. There are a great number of restaurants, including some great options for older kids. Shopping in the morning was great too - a proper break on the way back that was more like holiday than rentree.

"A comfortable hotel in a great location"
JO B, 13 Août 2015

We stayed in this hotel overnight on our way south. The hotel is easy to find with SATNAV and has a secure carpark that can be booked in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful and most spoke enough English to get by. We booked a junior suite as there are four or us and, although in one room, there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is right in the middle of Troyes so there are plenty of places to eat and things to look at for an evening.A clean ,quite stylish hotel in a charming medieval city.

"Excellent hotel, superb staff"
GQGQ, 09 Août 2015

A superb hotel with the most helpful staff. Everything is excellent about this hotel. The room was clean, the bedding good, they had put the air conditioning on before we arrived to ensure the rooms was cool on a hot day, we were treated to a free drink and the staff were the most helpful and friendly of any in which I have stayed. The location is very central and Troyes is a beautiful city.

"Lovely stop over"
Steve C, 04 Août 2015

Broke the journey south with a night at the Hotel de la Poste and a thoroughly enjoyable experience it was too! A comfortable hotel, with welcoming and helpful staff and secure covered parking just around the corner. The hotel is excellently located for a stroll around the city and what a gem Troyes is, well worth a couple of nights if we are ever back this way again. Tips: Pre book the parking, there is limited space and try a meal at the partner restaurant " Le Bistroquet".

"Stylish hotel with great location"
Geralt-von-Rivia, 31 Juillet 2015

First of all we were very surprised how very welcome our dog was - in the room was a bowl and ball for him. Very stylish hotel in the centre - several parking possibilities near - in front of the hotel a small place to unload the bagage. Service very friendly and helpful. Very recommended.

"Great Rooms, perfect stop over before an assault on Calais"
shaddy, 30 Juillet 2015

The family rooms are really nice, with the bathrooms alone worth the price of admission. We had room 106, waterfall shower, TV hidden in the mirror. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, book a parking space in advance. Breakfast the only letdown, with so many places nearby better to take a walk.

"Excellent Service"
Michel M, 23 Octobre 2014

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel as a short stopover between Italy and Normandy. Our room was perfectly clean and quiet, the staff were professional and friendly - I wish we had been able to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"One night stop over"
922stephenl, 26 Septembre 2014

First stay in a Best Western hotel and very happy to have paid what for us was above the norm to get a good location and have a bit of a treat. Particularly liked the service ,quality of accommodation , size of room, central location, tea making facilities and breakfast.

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff"
EChaloner, 25 Septembre 2014

We stayed one night here - the room exceeded our expectations. It was very well appointed and very clean. I had discussed previously our parking requirements with the reception staff as we were bringing a large van - on arrival I was informed that there was a space outside the front door reserved for the van - we could not have asked for more! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others as well.

"Lovely"
michelel103, 23 Septembre 2014

Very helpful and friendly staff, bedrooms are relatively new and very good, bed comfortable compared to alot of other hotels we stayed in and make up mirror/shaving a real plus first one in france!! Only negative we gave breakfast a miss as not up to our english breakfast standards even though they try seemed like powered scrambled eggs!

"Amazingly brilliant!"
212foodie, 22 Septembre 2014

Worth staying here - the room is outstandingly clean and the air-conditioning at the perfect temperature and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was out of this world - with the tv in the mirror to add the finishing touch! Lovely staff too.

"End of holiday"
Antony R, 09 Juillet 2014

Each year we stay at La Poste, Troyes for our last night of holiday having spent a couple of weeks in the Rhone Alps. The hotel never lets us down. Its positioned right in the heart of the old part of Troyes and is perfect for a gentle stroll through the bars and street restaurants.
