    « Great »

Loved my stay here, worth it! The breakfast was great, the staff was very nice. The price was very affordable and it was so much better than what we expected. Definately will consider BW for future travels.

« Early flight before flight »

Staff were very polite and hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Our flight was at 6:30 am so we were up at 3 to take the shuttle, no worries, they even had snacks for us to take with us. There is a hot tub there and park and fly parking easy to use and safe. When we came back from Cancun yesterday we called the shuttle and were picked up in the time they said. Driver was very helpful. We have 2 kids and they had fun here. Will definitely stay here again!

    « Great Stay. »

Stayed for one night on arrival in Toronto. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. One of the best beds we have slept in with a good selection of pillows. (We often have problems with hotel pillows!!) The staff were very friendly and helpful. We often travel to the US and Canada and, when staying in hotels, try to book Best Westerns as we are never disappointed with them.

    « Clean and comfortable »

This hotel is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a layover in Toronto. You must call for the shuttle to pick you up and arrange for morning ride back. Breakfast room is average and has something for everyone. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. My only negative is the windows don't seal tight and whine when it is terribly windy.

    « Great family stay »

We have arrived to the hotel right when we landed in Toronto. As the hotel offers free shuttle, we were happy to use it. The room was spacious and clean, whole family enjoyed the stay there for four days. We have used also recommended car rental by the receptionist as we have made a trip to Niagara Falls. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel, the services offered are worth every penny.

« Best Western is the best option! »

While yes this is a 3 start hotel it excels in all aspects. The staff are wonderful. From the front desk to the cleaning staff to the two people working the breakfast counter. Speaking of the breakfast counter, it is one of the best "included in your stay" breakfasts I have been too. Lots of options and more than I have ever seen at this level. The staff in this area never stop and never stop smiling. These 2 are winners. The rooms were fine and temp control was adequate. No complaints about them. Lots of water pressure in the shower and no issues with hot or cold. They were good about keeping volume down. This hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport but you don't hear the planes. This is a great option for staying before a vacation and when you want to get a good night sleep compared to the hotels beside the runways that are very loud every minute with a plane flying in. The best part is the price. We booked through their website and the price was nothing to complain about.

    « Best ever Hotel. »

I am staying there for the last 5 years; stuff are very helpful. Rooms are clean. I advised my co-worker to stay here; we have monthly Meeting(Company Meeting in Toronto) in Toronto. We come from all over Ontario for the meeting. Breakfast is very good. Their shuttle service to Air-Port is very Good.

    « Always Excellent! »

Completely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped and the staff is outstanding. Parked my car here while I was out of the country. The hotel's shuttle to the airport is prompt and convenient. The female shuttle driver was very helpful. Breakfast is included from 6:30 to 10 a.m.. I was leaving earlier this time and was surprised and pleased to find a great selection of "grab & go" items at the front desk - with even a bag to put them in. This hotel is less than 10 minutes to the airport but is not the BW Toronto Airport - if you google that you will get a different hotel - I highly recommend this one on Eglinton Ave. Have recommended it to many friends and family and everyone has had a positive experience. Will use again. Thanks!

    « Very Helpful Staff »

While the hotel room was very welcoming it was the staff who impressed us. The evening and morning front desk staff were very friendly yet professional. They willingly helped us with a unique business need. The staff in the breakfast room surprised me with boiled eggs from the kitchen to accommodate my dairy intolerance - most places I just forgo the scrambled eggs.

« Who is running this place? »

Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived late, ordered in and settled in. All was fine till I arrived back after work the next day. The maid threw away all the stuff I'd stocked in the fridge, my paperwork on the desk, etc. When I called that night to complain to front desk their was a promise to talk to housekeeping. The next morning the housekeeper and manager confront me in the lobby and housekeeping claims I asked them to throw it away or that they didn't throw it away. Manager offers to refund my money for that night. But that doesn't fix the problem. I lost valuable irreplaceable paperwork. Instead I'd rather make sure everyone else doesn't fall into this trap. Stay away!

    « Room, Location, Breakfast »

The front reception staff were really, really helpful - thanks to all. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bed was nice and firm and the room was serviced daily. Our room overlooked the golf course and even though it was close to the airport we were not disturbed by it at all. The pickup and drop off at the airport was appreciated too and the staff courteous on both trips. The selection of food in the cafeteria for breakfast was a treat too with yogurt, cereals, eggs, etc. A good stay and I'm glad we stayed there. The only issue was not the hotel itself but the functionality of the Best Western mobile booking interface - a bit of patience and info rekeying and it was done - easily overcome. Thanks!

« Good value for the money »

I stayed here for one night before taking a flight from Pearson Airport. It's located on a major road about a ten minute drive away, on the opposite side of highway 401. Dining choices are fairly limited in the area, and supermarkets are at least 10 minutes away if traffic is light. Parking is free and plentiful. Reception and housekeeping are staffed with pleasant and welcoming people. Check in and check out were quick and trouble free. I was given a quiet room at the end of a corridor at the back of the hotel. The nicely sized room had two queen beds and lots of storage space. Electrical switches were easy to locate and operate. The beds were comfortable, but had a thin duvet sandwiched between two sheets, rather than a duvet cover. The bathroom is generously stocked with toiletries. Excellent disposable razors are available at reception. Be patient when waiting for hot water in the shower as it takes a while for it to warm up.The only down sides to my stay were a light smell of mildew in the shower, which dissipated, and carpets in really dark shades, which made it hard to determine how clean it really was. But I brought slippers. Overall, this hotel gives friendly service and good value for the money.

« Close to the airport »

We chose this hotel because it was easy to get to from the freeway, as we wanted to be near the airport before an early morning flight. There was a pub with good food close by and the breakfast was next door at the local fast food establishment. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

    5
« great NEW hotel for the price. free parking and breakfast. »

Loved this hotel. near the airport with a shuttle. It's super clean and has everything you need for a night away. all the stuff included made it great. The rooms are super quiet, great sleeping. There's a bowling alley near by that could make for a great date night.

    5
    « Great staff »

The hotel is nice and rooms are comfortable. But the best for me was the staff: everybody was very helpful. My wife had to catch an early flight, so she left before sunrise. When I did my checkout, the receptionist wanted to know if everything was ok with her and if she arrived well. You don't see that very often, staying a single night at a hotel for the first time.

    1
    « not very impressed »

this hotel should not be a best western it has bugs in the halls not the rooms, the halls and sooner or later it should reach in the rooms the breakfast is terrible the front desk staff rude and you must use a credit card to be able to make a local call

    4
    « Very good hotel. »

Room was nice and clean. Full breakfast was very good and had a decent selection of hot items, not just the coffee and muffins continental. Service was helpful. Overall very satisfied. If you're doing business in the area, it's a good choice.

    4
    « BW Hotel »

staff is helpful Location is good and breakfast is rich I am happy with my stay at this hotel I would sat with a little customer service improvement his hotel will be become excellent All went fine and I will come again

    5
    « Excellent »

Found this hotel to be one of the nicest we have stayed in, the room and hotel in general was immaculate and gave us the assurance of a clean and relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we could not ask for a better hotel. 10+

    4
    « Convenient location »

City side of the airport. Not much else in the immediate area. There was a strip mall down the road a piece with some restaurants for supper. Good sized room with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast area with good variety and lots of tables.

  • 3
« Okay for a night or two »

Not somewhere I would like to stay for any length of time but the hotel was adequate and doe offer airport transfers if needed. Not sure about parking for while people are gone. Breakfast was okay although any hot food looked far from appetising and guess they don't have an actual chef. There was enough other cold and dry food to get you by and give you a start to the day

    4
    « Great breakfast »

Best part of this hotel is great breakfast, pleasure to have real china and tableware; ambience is pretty. Only negative is lack of cream or half and half for coffee; hate 2% in my coffee; nice to have bacon too; hotel staff was pleasant, room was reasonably priced

    4
« Best Western Airport Travel Hotel Toronto »

Overall a good experience but the location necessitates having a car if you want to really get around because the Transit service is poor. Also, the breakfast area is way over crowded and noisy with few places to sit comfortably and enjoy breakfast.

    3
« Clean but worn. Restaurant was very good, breakfast not so much. »

Our room was very spacious but had a 70s disco vibe to it with multicolored lights and a worn jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean, however, and we were only staying one night so it was just fine for that. We ate at the attached restaurant, which was very good. The continental breakfast the next morning was free in the same restaurant. The food was OK. The restaurant itself was elegant at some point, I am sure, but is now a bit tired. Everyone we encountered was friendly and it had free airport transportation which was convenient.

    5
    « Friendly and comfortable »

Friendly staff greeted me and ensured I was looked after with airport shuttle registration and a wake up call. The woman who checked me out also drove the shuttle. She was very sweet and wonderful to talk to in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean.

    5
« No problems, very satisfied, super comfy bed »

The hotel is not a palace but everything is clean and presentable. My room was not huge but it didn't need to me, it had everything I needed and again, while the bed was just a standard double, it was super comfortable. There was good internet, a desk, clean and well presented bathroom plus a sofa, table and tea and coffee making facilities. I was also impressed with the breakfast. Lots of choice from fruit, parties, sausages, bacon, eggs, toast and a make your own waffle machine! Would have no problem recommending it. While they did nothin out of the ordinary, the staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a free shuttle to and from the airport. I was not aware of this when I arrived at the hotel so unfortunately paid for a taxi! Shuttle needs to arranged the night before. They run every hour.

    5
« Airport hotel goes the extra mile »

This is an airport hotel in a highly competitive location near Pearson airport and business environment but it excels in its price range because of value for money and staff quality. Staff are friendly and helpful from the shuttle driver to reception and breakfast service. Bed was comfortable, room quiet and spotless and everything worked well. We will return next time we are going through Pearson airport.

« History of double charging for your room »

I stayed at this hotel and prepaid for my room. After checkout they charged my credit card again for no reason. When I stayed here the second time I brought to their attention to not double charge for my room. My 2nd trip was also prepaid. They did it again a second time even after I my warning not to double charge. This is criminal and I strongly suggest that you watch out if you plan on staying at this hotel. Maybe it is one incompetent person that is doing the charging. If so, they should be fired. Otherwise this is a good hotel.

    5
« Clean quiet modern airport hotel »

Very well presented and well run airport hotel with courtesy bus. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. Hot tub was a bit 'public' being near reception

    4
    « Stay w/parking »

Enjoyed the convenience of the hotel near the airport for an early am flight to AB including parking for duration of my time away. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Room was fine for the short stay.

« always an excellent experience at this hotel »

I have stayed at this hotel many many times - always welcomed and recognized by the staff whether on the phone or in person - great location close to Pearson Airport, comfortable and clean rooms that are always being updated, great internet access, great value for the money

    4
« Comfortable place with a few issue »

My wife and I enjoy our stay there, it was clean and close the places we wanted to visit, however we had just a few misconceptions upon booking. The room was comfortable, wifi work great and breakfast had a good selection of items.

    3
« Great airport hotel with false advertising »

Clean, friendly staff. A recommended airport hotel. Just a few misconceptions upon booking. It says there is a pool, but there is only a whirlpool. The resturant is currently closed and I did not know that before check in, so therefore no room service. There is no bar/lounge in hotel, but some stuff nearby. Our fridge broke down. The whirlpool was down for a day or so. It says there is a safe, but I could not find one in the room. At least there was A/C. I do recommend this hotel as an airport hotel, but next time I might call ahead to see what is advertised is reality.

    5
« Excellent place to stay! »

My wife and I stay at this hotel frequently, this is one of the top Best Western hotels we have stayed at in our travels! The staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, the beds are VERY comfortable! They offer a 24 hour airport shuffle free of charge, we have used this numerous times. A park and fly is offered if you have to leave your vehicle. We highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

    5
    « Well located. »

A very well located hotel with clean, well furnished rooms. Our rooms were very quiet and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from here by car to the Niagara Falls and also into Toronto.

    4
    « Clean »

We were returning from a trip and needed a hotel for the night. The hotel was not far from the airport. The room was clean; bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast too was nice. It was refreshing to be asked what we thought of breakfast and dining area was clean.

    3
« Comfortable but Weak on Airport Shuttle »

Hotel has very restrictive shuttle pick-up policy; although, told I would be picked-up, I had to take taxi in for an additional $38. Had much better shuttle service at the other BW hotels near the airport.

    5
    « A very fortunate error. »

I was really surprised because I found myself here by accident and after 20 hours of flying all you want is your bed. The gentleman on reception was lovely. I was checked in with swift efficiency and all my requests were met. The hotel was busy but there was an air of calm. The public areas were spotless and well maintained. There was no rubbish around the free tea/coffee machine and no drips or spots. My room was lovely. Neutral decroration with accents of colour. The bed was large and lump free. The sheets were white and crease free. The pillows smelt fresh. There was plenty of space to move within the room. A chair and foot stool was there for you to relax on. There is a large desk from which to work from. A modern TV and fridge. A working microwave and tea/coffee machine. They were spotless. There are lots of side lamps for you to create your own atmosphere. The bathroom was white and hosted good quality complimentary bath products. The bathroom was cleaned to a high standard. The towels were white, soft and fresh. Breakfast was of a good quality and the staff did not rush you out. There is a free shuttle to the airport all you have to do is book the time you want. I would stay here again

    5
    « Excellent service »

After a nightmare experience at another hotel we were moved to here. At 2.30 in the morning we were checked in by Zandria a very bright and bubbly young lady, even though the nightmare was nothing to do with this chain of hotels she was very apologetic about what we had been through. Checked us in to a very clean and comfortable room, making sure we had everything that we need for our short stay. Breakfast the next morning was more than we expected, usually just toast, muffins etc. Bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, toast, muffins, pastries, cereal.

    2
    « Horrible Customer Service »

I booked the hotel for a business trip, the booking was done through hotwire. The second I got their the manager was giving me a hard time because I book through hotwire (I do not understand why you sell rooms to them if you dont want us to book through them). The room I was given was not up to my standards. I asked to change and they would not accommodate any of my requests. I then had to sleep on a pull out couch and have my co worker sleep on the bed. They even charged me for sheets for the pull out!!! All in all, I wouldnt book here ever again, not even if it was $85 a night through hotwire.

« Nice and Clean, Great Breakfast! »

Free shuttle from airport was great, staff very helpful letting us know transportation to downtown Toronto (The subway worked best and was cheapest). The beds very comfortable, breakfast in morning was very delicious and lots of choices (family of 5 adults and 3 children)..highly recommend

    4
« Good option near Pearson »

Very difficult to find any rooms in Mississauga, but this place was very good, clean and close to everything. I only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, but could have stayed for longer. The rooms are older designs, but they are clean and functional. There once was an attached restaurant, but it is not closed. There is a breakfast place and gas station right next door if you need anything. The location is very good in relation to most businesses in Mississauga or Pearson Airport.

    4
« Was great for a quick overnight stay! »

My flight got in at 1:15am, the staff at this hotel was awesome, came and picked me up when I called. Was a quick turnaround as I was too late to pick the rental car up at night, so they were very accommodating and drove me back to the rental car company in the am to pick up my car. The hotel was very clean, and large rooms for the price. The breakfast room was closed for renovations, so they had you go next door to the donut shop and breakfast sandwiches were made for you with a coffee and a muffin...no complaints.

    5
    « Clean and comfortable »

The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are impeccably clean and very comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good, included juices and hot menu items such as bacon and waffles. Plenty of parking also and the area is very quiet which is great.

    3
« Not the worst stay, but not the best »

I give full credit for the quality of the room. It was great. The breakfast however was horrible. Plus the fact that the cleaning staff came into the room while I was in the shower...CREEPY! And I used the deadbolt, which they overrode with their swipe key. I found my wallet not in the usual manner that it usually is in my back pocket.

    3
    « Forget the restaurant »

We have stayed at this hotel many times as it was The Indigo proir to BWP I've never been to impressed with the wait time for food in the restaurant but last Thursday took the cake. The server was the worst and we waited 1 hr for our food. When my chicken Parmesan came to the table I questioned the penne instead of spaghetti.I was told by her that they where outta spaghetti very bluntly. I could understand IF they where busy but there was only one couple at another table and one guy at the bar. The charge was waved bu that didn't fix the hour wait when you are hungry and tired after a flight.Next time we will walk upto to Dixon and pass on this place for a meal.

    4
« Shame about the breakfast »

Stayed here for a total of 4 nights in two stays in Toronto ( complicated so don't ask :) ), and the airport to hotel shuttle was great on both occasions.Point to note for international travellers, either have 1$ coin with you to ring hotel ( as you need to book on arrival ) or ask in airport for someone to ring for you. Take the phone number with you and then be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes for it to arrive The room at the back was definitely quieter than the front as it is on a busy road. The air con and wifi were excellent and the staff very helpful , especially when I had a problem with paperwork at the CN tower . The rooms are spacious and the jacuzzi good too. That said the breakfast in the morning is a temporary arrangement with the diner next door and this was rubbish . Choice of bagel with rubbery egg or cheese and poor quality coffee or juice/water served by a miserable Chinese woman , the other staff were okay . This was not good enough and had I known of this arrangement would have booked elsewhere as it gave a poor impression of what is essentially a good placed hotel. Otherwise ask for a credit on the breakfast and choose somewhere better.

    4
    « Good quality »

Good, friendly service. Free breakfast is nothing special, buffet style with many choices of pre-prepared bacon, sausages, mini omelets, cubed potatoes, various sweet rolls. Also cold cereals, batter to make waffles. Clean area. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed, a comfy reading chair and a desk. Nice size bathroom that was kept clean. And it was nice and quiet. Would stay again if needed.

    5
    « Enjoyable stay »

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was tastefully decorated and clean. Bathroom had lots towels and Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast in the attached restaurant has recently been upgraded with an greater selection. will definitely stay again.

    5
    « Enjoyable stay »

Attentive staff that goes out of their way to assist you with any questions you may have. The room was huge! We stayed in a King Suite with a whirlpool tub, dining table and comfortable chairs. The hotel was clean and inviting and we would definitely stay in this brand hotel again.

  • 4
« Clean and Good Value »

The Hotel was a little hard to find at first but with the help of cell phone tech we found it. Very clean with helpful polite staff. Only issue was their breakfast room was being renovated so we had to use free coupons for the coffee shop next door.

    4
« Decent enough hotel, but not much in the local area. »

We chose this hotel for a 1 night stop over having flown in from the UK. Info from the hotel said to call from the airport after collecting luggage, or call from the free phone at the arrivals helpdesk. The lady on the helpdesk said I didn't need to call, just go and wait at C22. Most of the other hotels have a regular shuttle bus, but not this one. Luckily another person staying at the same hotel had called and a minibus arrived so we were able to get to the hotel. My tip: Make the call to the hotel! Check in was quick, the rooms are nice with 2 big beds as expected in North America. The pub along the road had a private party, so no chance for a drink, and I discovered gas stations and convenience stores don't sell beer in Ontario! Not much choice of places to eat within walking distance. Didn't hear any noise from the airport. The breakfast room was being refurbished, so we were given vouchers for breakfast at the Country Style deli, which consisted of a breakfast bagel, donut and coffee. Perfectly adequate hotel for a stop over.

    3
    « Average »

Nice hotel nice rooms, two large beds in the room, reception staff courteous. Near the airport, has a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel ringer in 10 minutes coming to get you, and free wifi/ Breakfast is pretty lame.

    3
« Not informed of Renovation to Restaurant and Bar »

Booked this accommodation back in Feb 2016 with Booking .com for Aug 22nd as all amenities looked fine, on arrival at the airport from London phoned the hotel for the shuttle bus which arrived 45 mins later, telling the driver that i was looking forward to a meal and drink was informed that it was closed for renovation and had been for 2 weeks, the nearest restaurant to the Hotel was at least half a mile away, not an ideal situation for an over 80 couple with no car, to say I was livid at not being informed is an understatement, it would have been nice of Booking .com or the Hotel to have informed us of this situation so as to make other arrangements but then they would have lost a booking.

    5
« Convenient Location and Great Value for the Price »

This was the second time that I have stayed at this particular Best Western property. My family and I were very pleased with all aspects of this stay. The hotel is conveniently located to several major highways, so if someone has a car it is easy to reach both Pearson International Airport and downtown Toronto. Rooms, which are bright, spacious, and airy, are priced very reasonably compared to others in and around Toronto, so you get great value for your money. The area is quiet, and the building seems almost brand new. We would definitely stay here again in future visits to the area.

    3
    « Short stay »

Anne in reservations is A+, she really made me happy to book Best Western!! Ayten and Prabhjot were wonderful and very helpful in accommodating us until we could check in. Floria was helpful in getting us a room where we could have stayed the week without having to move (as booked) The only downside was shared with the manager on duty. There were someone's socks still in the room on the floor in the corner by the drapes from before, towels badly stained (very yellow), spots of blood or rust on duvet cover and the sugar crystals from the packets was sprinkled in that area, not the cleanliness I expected. Finally, I guess It can't be helped, but a total of 3 bugs made an appearance, one now deceased. (We killed it) Once housekeeping pays a little more attention to the details, you will be back on track.

    4
« Very nice, comfortable, professional staff »

We spent 5 nights gere while visiting friends in the area. Everything about this property is nice, especially the staff. The parkngvara is small, guests at asked to leave their keys with a valet who will double/triple park them. The room was immaculate and the maids kept it that way. Bathroom was cramped. The outdoor pool on the third floor provides a changing room and shower with towels. Nice breakfast. Even though breakfast is "free" most guests lead a $5 tip each morning. Within walking distance of he subway and bus lines which are easy to navigate. Also close to many ethnic restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood.

« Friendly staff, but sheets were dirty »

Checked in at 1:30 a.m. and unpacked. Then noticed that the sheets were dirty and had hairs in them - obviously not changed. Too tired to move to another room, we slept on towels. Spoke to the mrg in the morning, but only got a verbal promise of a discount 'next time we stayed there.' No documentation or coupon. Don't think we're gonna get to claim it. The "hot continental breakfast" was at a sketchy donut shop next door, where the staff were surly, the muffins were quite stale, and the 'sausage patty' was grey and unappetizing. On the plus side: Staff were friendly and helpful; room was nice and bathroom was clean. Advice to travelers: check the sheets before you unpack; skip the breakfast and go somewhere else to buy your own.

We had a cancelled flight and had to stay at Toronto for two days. Even it is really sudden they make everything easier for us, booking, transportation etc. They have a free shuttle from airport. Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast is good. If you want to stay near to the airport for one or two nights just choose Best Western Plus airport

the best western in toronto on norfinch drive i was treated very poorly when i went in and asked to check in. The man behind the desk was rude and no help at all. said there qas no rooms, but was still some forsale when i went out to my car to find a new hotel as he told me no rooms were available. wont go back there!!

    « Just overnight »

We used this hotel because our flight out of Toronto was very very early. Since it was so early we couldn't partake of the breakfast. Shuttle left on time, driver was very friendly. Room was OK, no complaints about that but they charge to leave your car there, $15/day. We didn't realize that when we used airmiles to book it and then couldn't cancel. We won't be back for that reason, lots of hotels that have free parking.

« Super comfy with free shuttle to airport »

Due to a delayed flight, I actually only ended up getting to spend 3.5-4 hours at the hotel but I can say, the room was clean, spacious with a sitting area and TV, desk and the bed super duper comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo and all the amenities one would expect.. shower cap, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Check in and check out went smoothly, the clerk was courteous. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport which is very handy. Breakfast is included, however I had to leave before breakfast was served, however they supplied fruit, juice, cookies, cereal bars at the reception area for those who were not able to partake in breakfast. There is also a coffee maker in the room, but I didn't have time to check if there was coffee provided. Free parking is available and there is a gym on premises. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place close to the aiprort.

    « Two night stay »

We had a good experience here. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean. Parking was easy. The price was economical and of good value. The hotel restaurant was being renovated, so complimentary breakfast passes were given which allowed for cooked breakfast foods at an adjacent restaurant. There were pleasant lobby lounges in which to sit and chat. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. There was a spacious work desk in our room to set up a lap top computer and plenty of electric outlets. There was a mini-refrigerator in the room. In summation, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and recommend it highly.

    « A good choice »

A very nice comfy 2 bedded room, very clean and modern . Exceptionally helpful reception staff. Very good complimentary airport transfers. Complimentary breakfast taken at small cafe next door. Would definitely stay again.

    3
    « Ok short stay »

We arrived at 3am due to our flight being delayed, I had however called the hotel so they wouldn't give up the room. The phone service is poor could hardly hear the receptionist ( I was at the desk when a call came in and the receptionist had to be shouting as she couldn't hear either) so I assume it's the hotels line. Room was spacious. Bathtub seems newly installed. However, I read where rooms were recently renovated but not so with my room. Had a very very very musty smell, beds were uncomfortable. I was given a first floor room with parking lot view. I don't prefer first level rooms. We had to keep the drapes closed at all times because persons constantly passed or congregated just outside the room so made the room dark and difficult to see even with lights. There is no pool at this location. The hotels restaurant is under renovation so we were given restaurant vouchers to a country inn near by. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but repetitive same limited choice each day. We had to choose one sandwich one pastry one beverage which I believe I was short changed. What happened fruits, yogurt, pancakes and waffles??.? Also I would have like tea and a Juice in true best western continental style but restricted to one. There is a airport shuttle which was quick in picking us up at 3 am but I wanted to return to the airport later and had to take a taxi because they don't offer shuttle service to the airport other than arrivals or departures even if there is a space in the shuttle going to the airport anyhow. There is a bus stop close by to the subway and other hotels within close proximity as well as small convenience stores. Customer service can be improved.

« Best Western Plus Toronto Airport »

Spotlessly clean, modern, very quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a suite which was lovely. Restaurant is currently closed for renovation. Had breakfast next door. Did not get a chance to use amenities.

    4
« Comfortable but Restaurant being Remodeled »

Everything was great here, except one thing.... their restaurant is being remodeled and we had to go next door for breakfast. It was 'ok' but we like cereal in the mornings and we were very limited to what we got. We ended up buying our cereal and eating it in our room. Then going over there for coffee and a muffin. Other than that, we were comfortable, everything was clean, staff was great, etc.

    4
    « Best Western To »

No swimming pool. Hot tub water was luke warm. The restaurant which was attached to the hotel was closed and was told it would open again I a few months. The AC in the room would only set at 74 and it barely kept the room cool. Most hotels start breakfast at 6:00 a.m. We had to wait till 6:30 a.m. So coffee and a muffin is all we had time for as we had a 6:45 a.m. shuttle to take to the airport.

    3
    « no breakfast facilities »

just a head's up to others - no breakfast facilities so you have to go next door. waited in line for 20 minutes for a sub par experience. also uncomfortable chairs in room so disappointed after a long travel day. room was clean, bed good, internet fast and staff friendly. close to airport that is why we picked it.

« Stay hotel, not just travel hotel, uh! »

I am a regular Best Westerner! This I didn't have to tell this to "BEST WESTERN Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport, Toronto, ONTARIO". After I checked-in at the front desk and when I opened the door of my hotel room.... ... .... .... ... wait ... wait... wait.... I am amazed even now..... my room for stay had been upgraded to a room with a wonderful Jacuzzi next to my bedroom! I know you can't believe this. I don't doubt you, as I can't believe myself!

« Best Westerrn in Toronto »

Easy to find. Clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Close to the airport. Great shuttle to and from the airport. Cost of parking very affordable. Nice yet small exercise room. I would stay here again for a flight out of Toronto.

    5
    « Clean and comfortable »

Although the location is a bit far from downtown, we really were happy with this hotel overall. The rooms were clean. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was better than the average "free" continental style.

    5
    « Great pricing »

We were able to stay one night with transfer to the airport and 15 days of parking for about $160. The staff were friendly and helpful. The savings in parking alone was worth it! Lobby was very classy; room was spacious and clean. We would stay here again if flying out of Toronto.

    4
    « Good Experience »

We stayed for 3 nights during our short landing to Canada. The place is well managed and clean. Though there was some construction going on...but i have no complaints. The breakfast was really good for a price that comes with a room. Ample parking space and other facilities are nearby. Will definitely return and recommend.

    5
    « Pleasant stay »

People at the reception desk are very friendly. Room was clean and the beds sleep well. Airport shuttle went well. One hour travelling to Toronto downtown (public transport ). We slept at the front, but there was hardly any street noise during the night. Breakfast has limited choice.

    4
    « Decent »

Good hotel to stay if your flying out the next morning. Not too many planes flying over. Got charged an extra $10 for having 2 people in 1 room. The restaurant seemed expensive so we ate else where. Would stay again.

    3
    « Our Two Nights »

My boyfriend were visiting Canada on vacation. We thought it was going to be much more than it actually was. Although the staff is great and super friendly, our room and some of the amenities were either not accurate or not working properly. It's a nice hotel, but we do not recommend staying here.

    5
    « Excellent again »

Stayed here for Park sleep and fly again. Second time of staying. The sleep and fly package is very good. Rooms are fine - nice and peaceful. Drivers are great - friendly and courteous and prompt. Breakfast was fine too. This is my definite preferred choice!

    3
« Clean room, perfectly fine stay »

We stayed for two nights. Room was clean, we weren't bothered by any noise and we had a pleasant stay. We were able to ask the desk to call a taxi for us both days. I wouldn't say the desk staff was super friendly, though it was not off-putting, either. Free wifi worked well.

    5
    « Connecting flight »

From first contact via phone from the WestJet baggage area to the shuttle driver. The staff are excellent and courteous. I arrived I on a late flight with the connection the next afternoon. My whole experience became less stressful with this Best Western experience

« Great option to sleep & flight from Toronto airport »

Excellent hotel comfortable and quiet, close to Pearson airport, free shuttle and decent price for 2 weeks parking; Can be a very interesting option if you have to flight from Toronto. The personnel was helpful and very polite.

« Paul C. - Ottawa Great Stay for Business in the GTA »

This is really a great hotel. Staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Close to airport, major highways, and is perfect for any part of the west end of the GTA. Complimentary Breakfast was fine as far as I was concerned. I stay here regularly throughout the year for business. Can't beat the price, it is reasonable and quiet.

« Best Western PLUS Travel Hotel Toronto Airport, Toronto, ONTARIO »

Not too far from airport. In my previous stays, asked for a ride from/to airport and didn't have to wait for long to get the ride. Pleasant staff. Depending on the time of the year/season, could be pricey but overall is very satisfactory service/hotel.

    5
    « summer vacation »

This hotel is very clean, the rooms spell good!, the employees are very friendly. We had a free breakfast that was good, lots of room to eat! The bed was so comfortable, we have stayed there 3 times now and everything is amazing . Theres a elevator, workout equipment, airport shuttle. There is a great restaurant attached called Michelles. I love it

    4
    « Toronto Vacaton »

The room is very clean. Up to date facilities. Very courteous and professional staff. The staff is attentive to you needs. There is a language barrier with some of the staff. The free breakfast is always a plus. Weird that the hot tub is down on the 1st floor by the check in desk.

    5
« Very nice and clean »

We really enjoyed this hotel and the front desk staff. They went out of their way to accomodate our request. The hotel was modern and clean. It didn't have a pool which would have been nice, but not a big deal. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, probably because I spend many nights a year in a hotel and most breakfasts at Best Western locations are better. However that was not a real big deal. We would stay here again.

    5
    « Excellent as always »

Quiet and immaculate. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. We were assigned our preferred location on the ground floor. Even though the room faced Eglington avenue, it was very quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise in the room. We always enjoy the attached restaurant as well and the included breakfast - so we'll definitely be back next year!

    4
« BW Travel Hotel Toronto Airport - Car(e) park here! »

I really love the free breakfast. It is not that I can't afford to buy a breakfast. It is one of the subtle things which makes the customers (especially simple customers like me) happy! Car parking is not crowded like I have experienced in many hotels. So, it's not a problem to look around for parking the car!

    5
    « Great Hotel »

Awesome hotel. I had booked just a standard queen room and we were upgraded to a king room with a Jacuzzi. Very pleasantly surprised. Rooms are immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again should I visit Toronto.

    4
    « pleasant Stay »

Hotel was updated and very clean. Rooms were quiet, updated and clean. I enjoyed it most because it actually had quality places to run. The Hotel is half a mile from central park if you like to run hills and 3/4 mile from a trail that winds around a creek if you like trails. 6 min. from the airport, very convenient and pleasant stay. The only set back on the stay was the breakfast. Very poor choices for the price of the room.

  • 5
« Excellent Place to Stay »

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean & well maintained. We used the "park and fly" option to leave our car for the period of our vacation and had staff shuttle us to the airport. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only way to travel.

    3
    « Average hotel »

The hotel may have been remodeled but it is tired. The rooms are adequate. Beds are ok but not great. Sheets are polyester, some pillows are lumpy. Baths are clean. Microwave & fridge in room. Breakfast is included, cereal, eggs, meats and breads, yogurt. There is a Hampton Inn and another suite hotel next door. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. Computers in business center didn't work.

    4
    « Nice and affordable »

Nice Hotel with good service. Has been suprised by the Yacuzi which was offered to no extra costs in my room. The personal has been very friendly and professional under any circumstances. The location near Toronto airport and in the middle of Missisauga is very comfortable for bussines trips.

    5
« Short but perfect stay »

Had a very early morning check-in that was discounted significantly that allowed us to return late in the evening having already settled in. Wonderful complimentary hot self-serve breakfast in an attractive restaurant setting. Internet connection was excellent. Desk staff were engaging and and helpful during check-in and check-out.

    5
« A little oasis near the airport »

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I mistakenly booked this hotel a month earlier than I planned, and only discovered my error the day we were expected to check in, which under normal circumstances would be way too late to expect any kind of change. They agreed to change the booking date at no additional charge, which they didn't have to do, as it was completely my error. Aside from this, the hotel was spotless, the room was a very comfortable size with plenty of room for suitcases, the bed was super comfortable with good quality linens. Very clean spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner at the onsite Italian restaurant was superb. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Attention to the details. This is a great hotel at a budget price.

    5
« Great location, staff and comfort »

I have stayed at this BW for both business and pleasure trips. I have always been satisfied with the customer service, amenities, and price. The king size bed and bedding was amazingly comfortable this last time. Not sure if they renovated this location or if I got lucky with a new bed. Highly recommend as it is close to the 401 and 407 as well as entertainment and dining.

    4
    « One night stay »

We arrived quite late having managed to get lost getting from the airport itself. Check in was very smooth. The staff were quite happy for provide change for the vending machines etc. Having eaten on the plane we did not have dinner at the hotel but the following morning breakfast was very good with a good range available. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything you could expect. As a hotel to go to for a one night stay from the airport before going on elsewhere this cannot be beaten for the price.

    5
« Looking forward to our next stay »

this was our second visit to this hotel, we did the park - fly - stay, and found it very good value, almost the same cost as just parking at the airport. very prompt shuttle service to and from the airport, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, an on each visit we have been up graded to a suite, they say you get what you pay for, at this hotel we have always gotten more than we have expected, so we are looking forward to our next visit to this hotel, as it is the only one we will ever used when flying out of Toronto

    4
    « Ripped off »

Although the hotel was very nice I felt ripped off as I was quoted one price on trip advisor and thought that's what I paid to find out that I hadn't and was charged 35.00 more upon checkout. I'm not sure who is at fault here but will not use this method of booking anymore. Also their "complimentary " breakfast was not very good muffins were dry sausages not very appetizing and boiled eggs left a lot to be desired especially after I find out I paid over $200 for a room that is now advertised for 75.

    4
« Great value for money »

This place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was easy to find. Our room was very quiet. All amenities in the room were clean and in good repair. The breakfast items were refilled in a timely fashion, and there was enough staff bussing tables for the breakfast crowd. Front desk staff were very pleasant (without being obtrusive), and willing to go the extra mile.

    « Perfect »

Great place to stay for a quick night get away with a friend. It was clean! Not bad $ and the breakfast was delish! Hot tub area was perfect, staff are very helpful and friendly. I had never driven to Toronto by myself before and it was very easy to find and there was a ton of shopping and good restaurants nearby the staff are happy to help direct you. Overall a perfect little getaway !!

« Best Best Western we have stayed at! »

Due to connecting flight times coming home from St. Lucia we decided to stay here overnight & complete our journey home the next morning. We were very glad we did this. As our luck would have it, our flight to Toronto was quite late getting in (midnight) due to a heavy snowstorm! As this was mid April we weren't expecting this! Called the hotel for shuttle pickup, told us they would send shuttle immediately, when to expect it, where the pickup point was & so thoughtful to tell us to wait inside the doors because of the cold...driver would look for us! Great service. Arrived @ hotel, checkin was a breeze & they suggested booking earlier return airport shuttle next morning due to weather traffic times. Room was recently redone & was very spacious and clean. The bed was soooo comfortable, I asked them for manufacturer & model names! Breakfast not that great...it is operated by the attached restaurant, but the coffee was excellent. This is the only reason I am rating our stay a 4 vs 5. Return shuttle prompt & again another friendly driver. All staff were very helpful & friendly . Would not hesitate to stay here again.

« A great stay at the Best Western PLUS Travel HotelToronto Airport, in Toronto, ONTARIO, Canada »

A great stay at the Best Western PLUS Travel HotelToronto Airport, in Toronto, ONTARIO, Canada. Had a great sleep in the very comfortable bed after soaking in the large whirlpool Jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I would highly recommend this location.

    « At expectation »

We settled for this BW near the airport because of proximity to locations for a family affair we had to tend to at the last minute. As expected, it was an unassuming chain hotel geared towards business travelers. The room was clean and functional with all amenities and a queen bed for an average size couple. If you are oversize, please make sure you request a king size bed. I appreciate the larger than average refrigerator + the microwave oven tucked nearby. The included breakfast was adequate for the price of the room, just don't expect miracles here. The hotel also provided airport shuttle by van 24/7. So, if you need a quick trip in and out of Toronto and the location is right, why not this BW? Pricing is fair.

    4
« Good for what you expect »

Just a decent hotel close to the airport. Besd are good and a good size, Rooms are big so it will give you exactly what you expect from an airport hotel; Good clean rooms but offcourse nothing fancy or special about this place.

    5
    « Absolutely Wonderful! »

We had an excellent stay all around. It was a perfect place for a relaxing night before our flight. We left our car for a nominal charge and received private shuttle service directly to the airport. We received superb service and were recognized as solid members of this hotel family. The suite was perfectly laid out, extremely clean and tremendously comfortable.

    5
« Excellent Value and Great Location! »

Everything was superb in the hotel. Staff was exceptional and courteous. Loved the Hot Tub and they gave me ground floor in which I asked for. One thing would have been nice to have available at least at the Front Desk is the shoe shine cloths as they often need a shining after time in the suitcase, just a suggestion. Breakfast was excellent and gave me a coffee to go!

    5
    « Nice hotel »

Stay one night, clean room, comfortable bed, good internet and TV, friendly staff, easy check in and out, convenient location for west end visits, typical continental breakfast. I will make this my regular hotel

« Okay stay, complimentary shuttle not user friendly »

The overall stay was mediocre at best. When on the phone with booking agent, I was informed complimentary shuttle is available 24 hrs. When we advised front desk we required a shuttle, we were told we'd have to wait a see IF they could get a hold of the shuttle driver?? On our way back from the airport, we were told there was no shuttle. available. After I informed him that his hotel stated they provided "complimentary airport shuttles" he said he would see if he could get a hold of a driver, and made it feel like we were lucky it we get a shuttle. There were 2 employees at the front desk. They seem to take turns driving the shuttle van????

Good value and lovely accommodation near Pearson Airport. Shuttle pick-up and pick up in the morning by Aerowood Enterprise car rental made things easy. Breakfast restaurant could do with a freshening of the decor but otherwise a great stay.

    « Great Stay! »

I had excellent service at Best Western. All of my questions were answered about traveling to the different sites I wanted to see. The staff was polite and my room was clean. The only thing that sucked was the free breakfast but, you get what you pay for. I would definitely stay here again.

    « Toronto Airport BW »

I stay here everytime I'm in Toronto. It is so close to the airport and near many restaurants. The hotel is always clean and quiet. The breakfast is always hot and fresh. The staff always try to impress. Will stay here again!

    « Wonderful service »

I booked a room last minute on trivago and I couldn't have gotten a better deal. The free wifi, welcoming staff, cozy room, comfortable bed and free shuttle service to and from the airport was amazing. My flight was early this morning and they even had beverages and breakfast to go ready for you in the front lobby at 4:30am :) Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you!

    « Away re: Business »

Another great stay at Best Western PLUS Travel Hotel Toronto Airport, Toronto. I have been staying here every month while attending business meetings. Great location, easily accessible to area restaurants, malls and, of course, to work location. Thank you, keep up the good work.

    « Stay Here Often »

I usually use this hotel when flying out of Toronto. The rooms are comfy and the hotel staff are for the most part friendly and professional. I also use the park and fly. The drivers are courteous and the wait is never long for pick up. I would definitely stay here again.

    3
« Not the Best Staff, Rigid Policies, Customer Service Needs to be Improved »

We stayed here for a few days in between trips and I didn't feel as comfortable as I would have liked. I found the front desk staff rigid and rather surly at times which was not very pleasant and was very surprising given that I had just arrived for a three day stay! I had needed to pick up my partner at the airport and the man at the front desk gave me a very hard time about my taking the free airport shuttle to the airport to meet him and bring him back to the hotel. I have asked to do the same thing at other airport hotels and have never had an issue, but he was very intense about this. He eventually changed his position, but was so rigid and rude about it from the beginning that it left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I found it tacky to be honest, so I won't be back to this hotel. There are lots of airport hotels to choose from in Toronto.

« Comfortable, Convenient, Friendly and Helpful Staff »

Stayed the night on their Park and Fly program before flying out of Toronto. Clean spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful with directions to local attractions. Italian restaurant on site with several nearby. Free hot breakfast bar to start your day before your flight out. Parking rates very reasonable with free shuttle to and from the airport. You can even extend your checkout to 3pm for a modest fee.

    5
« Friendly, welcoming place to stay »

Friendly, welcoming place to stay. Good rates (much cheaper than other nearby hotels) Adjacent Italian restauant serves breakfast (included) and reasonably priced and great food for evening meals. Another bonus is the reliable airport shuttle.

    « Room doesn't smell »

Very satisfied with the room, it's cleanliness and the staff. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful. Schedule for shuttle service to the airport should be posted, it's availability for each time slot. Breakfast selection need more option for gluten or dairy free need.

    « Comfortable basic hotel »

The Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport provides good basic accommodation for an overnight stay near the airport. Its beds are comfortable, there is a shuttle to the airport that runs frequently, and there is a restaurant attached where one can get good food until 10m at night. I recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good place at a decent price.

    5
« A Great Place to Go For a Sleep, Park & Fly Package »

This was our first try in using a sleep, park & fly package. We had read multiple reviews of incidents involving people experiencing long delays in their shuttles too/from the airport. We had no such problems. The shuttles at this hotel leave every half hour, on time. For pickup, we simply called and the shuttle arrived within minutes. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice, although their kosher food options were limited. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. On the shuttle to the airport, I inadvertently left my glasses in the car. The shuttle drive was very kind and accommodating in making a second shuttle trip for the glasses. They insisted on loading, unloading our suitcases and seemed to take a genuine interest in our well-being. The cost of the package was cheaper than if I had paid for parking.

    5
    « Just great! »

This place was great! Our family of four stayed on a Saturday night. We ate at the attached restaurant, which was very good! The staff at the motel are very helpful. I needed help because my credit card wasn't working (travel) and the front desk explained what to do, how helpful! I also needed an extra blanket and it was no big deal. Most importantly, the shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze!!!! I highly recommend!

    4
    « Slept Well »

We were pleased to have such a comfortable bed and clean room. We also appreciated the Free Shuttle service to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was highlighted with steaming waffles plus a good variety of healthy options such as oranges, eggs and yogurt.

    « Very good!! »

This is a very good hotel. I have stayed here many times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, close to the airport. Also the breakfast at this hotel gives you two options--one at the onsite restaurant and the other next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

« Simple, Clean and Comfortable »

Stayed here for a Business Trip and I recommend it. The staff were very caring and professional. They answered all my questions and did not hurry me at any point. The check out experience was smooth and they remembered to ask if I needed anything further while thanking me for my stay. The room was clean and simple. Very high value for the cost.

I needed to overnight near the Toronto airport when transferring between my flights. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. My whole experience was great. The staff at the front desk was very helpful - one of the best that I have seen.

« Good, clean, and quiet hotel »

This hotel is exactly what the title describes. It is only 3kms from the airport and very convenient. All the staff at this establishment were very courteous and professional. The Italian restaurant on site was very good and service there was also professional and courteous. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were very comfortable! I would have this hotel higher if the shuttle would have been more prompt. We waited close to an hour before we were picked up on this cold day. I recommend that the contact number at the airport kiosk have the local number posted and not the 1 800 number. I received a better response calling the hotel direct.

« Clean, quiet and easy access to airport »

Was promptly picked up by their shuttle at Toronto airport at 1:30 am. Hotel was less than a 10 minute drive. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

« Best place near the Airport for the value »

Clean and safe, great internet and wonderful staff. Shuttle to the Airport and cant hear the planes all taking off, not in the landing zone either. Nice hotel. Lots of other hotels are not clean and are quite loud in this area, thisone will be where we stay next time as well.

« Quick stay but excellent impression »

Great hotel. Good location...not too far from the airport!! Free shuttle service available!! Easy and convenient! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Clean!! Great rates!! Happy with this choice!!! The little Italian attached restaurant also had great pizza :)

    « very satisfied »

It was nice hotel. Staff were very kind. I got quick shuttle from the airport. the room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. Only one suggestion, is the breakfast. I would suggest that they add more choices , more fruits, more juices.

    « I would return »

A lucky choice - I was looking for a low cost (no charge parking) in the general area of the airport. An on-line search suggested this venue as the best option; and it was very good. Quite probably, the next time in am in the general area with need of a hotel, I'll check this one out first, before bothering with a search. Good location with easy access to highways regardless of which direction one wants to go.

« Excellent Location for business or travelling »

I have been staying here, once a month, for the last 6 months to attend meetings for business. The location is very convenient and easy to find. The choice of restaurants within a short walking or driving distance also make the location excellent. I would consider this hotel if I was flying out of Pearson due to its location and shuttle service. Thank you

TV did not work and was not fixed while we were there. RE Front desk staff- Ladies were very helpful and pleasant. Male staff was not at all courteous & were argumentive to me(female), but were courteous & polite to my husband,

    « Toronto Airport BW »

The BW is located close to Toronto airport but away from the hustle and bustle of Airport road. The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. Fruit is fresh. Coffee was very good. Lots of nearby restaurants to grab a quick meal.

    5
    « Always a great stay »

I do park and fly at this particular BW+ regularly and always a great stay. Rooms are clean and nice, staff always friendly and accommodating. It is my number one choice of a place to stay in this area.

« good overnight airport hotel »

This hotel was good for an overnight stay while waiting for our flight out the next morning. Breakfast was included, there is an Italian restaurant and pizzeria in the hotel also for an evening meal. I would recommend this hotel.

« Nice Hotel but breakfast offering needs improvement! »

The hotel was a cozy place to stay in February. The staff was welcoming and very professional. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The only time noise was of concern was Sunday morning at 6:30am. The departing guests could be heard clearly from the rear of the building and it woke us up. Do not let the breakfast offering be the reason you stay at this Best Western Plus. The breakfast is provided by an independent restaurant on site and it is extremely disappointing. We stayed two nights and breakfast was the same disappointing boiled eggs, greasy sausages, warm not hot coffee, cool not cold juice, with toaster waffles and two toasters that didn't work well at all. The Donut shop next door would have been less disappointing. Hotel Good! Breakfast NOT good!

    5
    « Affordable and Enjoyable »

I enjoyed my entire stay at Best Western Plus Travel Hotel -Toronto airport area. Asides from affordable and enjoyable stay, the Front desk personnel are very friendly so as the drivers of the pickup van. I feel very safe and and the people are very professional. That matters most.

« Above average value for your money, and very comfortable rooms!! »

We selected this location for a reverse park n fly for our trip to Cuba this past week. We parked the car on Friday Feb 19, and returned at 2am on the 26th. We were both exhausted, but very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room upon check in, and it was very quiet given it's close proximity to the airport. The continental breakfast at the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise as well. Lots of variety and the staff kept everything replenished right to the end!! I have stayed at dozens of different Best Western locations across North America from Bristish Columbia to North Carolina, and they aren't always impressive, but this is one of the better ones I've stayed at recently. We will definately use this location again when we need to park n fly at Pearson Airport.

    « Feb. 2016 »

Stayed here on our return from our vacation. Everything went the way things should always go. Left the car in the parking lot at the back of the hotel close to the rear entrance. Shuttle let us of a little far from the airline we wanted but really no big deal. On the return shuttle took about 20 minutes and we even got a room upgrade. Will return for sure. Staff very friendly and helpful.

    « Always a reliable stay »

Been going there for years using my corporate account. Always clean, they renovated like 2-3 years ago with all new big TV's in every room, fridges, etc. Coffee in the room, both wireless and wired internet. And the new Italian restaurant that is connected is excellent. They had a problem with the last 2 restaurant owners not being great, but this last one is good. The complimentary breakfast is continental, but I never use it, as there is both a country time (next door) and Tim Horton's a block away, and Its just basic. There's a McDonalds a block East, a Pub next to the McD's, and the other direction, west, there's my favorite steak house Prince. If you want delicious Japanese, go to Prince. Also, Prince owns the Thai place next door, Spoon and Fork. Both are great.

    « Highly recommended »

The hotel airport shuttle was very prompt on arrival. Hotel staff was very friendly and attended to our needs promptly. The room was very large, very clean and had all the amenities one could need. We were thrilled with the front desk staff addressing our "panic" back to the airport the following morning. The shuttle was running late and a cab was called for us and the hotel picked up the tab. Incredible and seldom seen top customer service. Would definetely stay there again...

    « Nice, clean hotel »

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, before/after travelling for a winter vacation. The hotel is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a reasonable price, although we booked with Air Miles. There is a good breakfast included with the room. The only restaurant is an Italian restaurant that might be open for lunch (we weren't there at lunch time, so am not sure), and supper, but closes at 10:00 p.m. I would highly recommend this hotel for stopovers. Unless you have a car or don't mind paying for a taxi, you may have a hard time finding a restaurant nearby.

    « Better and worse. »

Location / A lot of construction/and hot tub not up to par. comfortable stay. Clean room and hotel. Wasn't the best breakfast which was free. Dinner the night before was very good. If I where to return it would be a regular room.

    « Airport Hotel »

Had a layover in Toronto and had to stay the night. Booked this hotel on line. Nothing fancy but nice and comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Airport shuttle to and from hotel is great. Breakfast in the morning at the attached restaurant. Hotel is about 10 minute drive from airport.

« always made to feel welcome..... »

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times. & also when we have left the car & travelled out of Canada. We enjoy the breakfast; & the hot tub! The staff are very friendly & helpful. The restaurant has a good menu & very tasty food. The hotel is very good for us.

« comfy hotel, decent restaurant, good location »

Nice restaurant in hotel, Italian themed with wood-fired pizza oven! Good location near airport, I stayed for business not air travel but it appeared there was a 24 hr shuttle to airport available. Parking was free for my 1 night stay. I found my rate to be very reasonable for the area. I will be back.

    « GOOD AIRPORT HOTEL »

Ths is a good airport hotel. convinient location. The bistro and italian restaurant on the property makes more usefule. Service is excellent. the rooms are well serviced and clean. The shuttle is of limited capacity so it is better to book it in advance.

« Great location, clean and comfy »

A very well managed hotel. Spotless and comfy beds. Great value if booked in advance. 10 minutes to the airport if flying out of Toronto International. The restaurant ( not hotel owned) was just average but saved going out in the car if having a beverage or two.

« Taking the shuttle from Pearson Airport »

Have you been to Pearson Airport lately? If you plan to take any shuttle to any of the hotels that provide the service there is several very important details you have to know! That is the hotel number and which pick up point is for that hotel shuttle. If you call the hotel you have to ask for specific details, such as which level, the stopping point that the shuttle stops at and what are the markings on the bus. Without this information you will wait a very long time and call the hotel several times to get the correct information. The hotel we stayed at was clean and we'll maintained. The Italian restaurant on the premises was pricy for what we had. A pizza and a calzone, one red wine and one beer was $50.00 plus tip. The food was OK.

    « Nice hotel »

Very nice, clean hotel. Would definitely go back. Had dinner at Michele's - our meal was really good. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. It is a bit further from Pearson than most but has free shuttle service.

    4
« Just an overnight close to Toronto Airport »

We arrived late of course. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle and the ride was short. That was nice. Check in was quick. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Wake up was early but we had time for continental breakfast. Another quick trip to the airport. Would certainly stay there again.

    « False Advertising »

We booked a room online, for the night before our family vacation. We were departing early and wanted to stay close to the airport and have the convince of leaving our vehicle. Upon arrival we were told that there was an additional charge for leaving our vehicle, for our weeks vacation. The cost was more than our room. We were told that if we would of called the hotel directly, to make our reservation, we would of been given a package to leave our vehicle. We paid the parking fee, with hesitation, as we wanted a positive start to our vacation. When we arrived back at the airport, from our vacation, we were given the number of the hotel for them to come pick us up. We called and were told the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. Two phone calls and 45 minutes later we were picked up. The lady driver never spoke to us, didn't help us with luggage or open any doors to the courtesy van. Overall a VERY disappointing experience.

    4
    « Handy Location »

This is a very nice property bordering Mississauga, not very close to downtown Toronto but very convenient to Pearson International airport. I will stay there again for my airline travels. Really comfortable bed and above average bathroom.

« Not Impressed With Employees. »

I booked this hotel for a Park and Fly and the convenience of not having to wake up crazy early for our trip to Dominican. I called and booked two rooms 4 adults and 4 kids in total. I was very clear that we were travelling together. I contacted the front desk a week before I arrived and I was ensured that there was a shuttle to the airport available for us to travel TOGETHER! I was told I had to book the shuttle upon arrival. When I arrived the shuttle was full for 5:45am. Why you ask? This hotel has a MINI VAN for a shuttle! Barely fit my family of 4 with our luggage! My Friends checked in while we parked and they reserved the 5:45am spot. So now you have to go at the earlier time that was available 5:15am. Great now I have to get my family up at 4:15am big deal when there is 2 small kids. A disaster when we arrived in Punta Cana. Not to mention my Children were extremely disappointed they weren't starting the trip with their friends. I can't believe after calling personally myself and being assured that we would be looked after by a convenience shuttle When I complained at the desk, the women says to me its only half an hour its really no big deal. Maybe not for her but when you have spend $6000 to take a trip with friends and your kids are disappointed before you fly and you have to get up earlier than expected even when you book a airport hotel and what about when you return you have to wait for the shuttle to pick us up individually. So our plane landed at 7:30pm we called for pick up at 8:30pm we were picked up at 9:30pm. AWFUL! As far as the rooms were concerned they were clean and beds were comfortable We will never return due to the rudeness and bad communication of the staff! It takes alot of time to prepare when you travel with other families and when you are faced with problems after you have checked more than once that you would be looked after, its extremely disappointing. In the past we have booked the BEST WESTERN PLUS ON DIXIE! It was lovely I thought that this hotel would be the same Quality. So wrong

    « A great Park 'n Fly Hotel! »

My husband and I have taken advantage of the 'park and fly' perks at this hotel twice in the past month. First I will say that is about a 12 minute drive to the airport and they are prompt; with none of our recent four airport 'wait times' longer than 15 minutes. THAT's certainly appreciated, especially flying in late in the cold and snow!!!!! The staff are always friendly and helpful. We enjoy the Best Western chain and appreciated the comfy bed and linens, lots of towels , hot water, quiet and clean, clean , CLEAN. The breakfast, which is included, is quite basic including coffee juice, yogurt, some breakfast sweets, some fruit with a few 'hot' choices (eggs, sausage). The waffles are good!! The long-stay parking is great being in close proximity to the hotel and we do feel good about leaving our vehicle in their well lit lot. The price for everything was a total of $240 Cdn for one night and a two week stay. As we travel quite a bit, this hotel is now our hotel of choice when flying out of Toronto!

    « Business Trip »

Another excellent experience at this hotel. Great location, easily accessible to major highways. Breakfast is good and lots of it - with a good choice of breakfast items. Friendly staff. Close to major food venues, some within walking distance. Thank you once again for making it easier to be away from home.

« Clean and comfortable, and an upgraded room »

I booked a single room and was upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi. Shame that I did not have time to use it, as I arrived late and left early. Room was clean and quiet, and the wifi worked fine. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and as I had paid in advance, checkout was a breeze. I checked several other hotels near by, but the reviews or the prices did not match my expectations.

    4
« Overnight stay between connections »

We used this hotel between flight connections. The pick-up at the airport at midnight and the return in the morning was timely. The drivers were very helpful. The hot breakfast was good but needed more hot selections. We will certainly use this hotel again.

    3
    « Travel Shuttle »

Stayed here for one night before a flight to Jamaica, rooms and staff are top notch. 3 star rating for the shuttle to the airport. Driver was didn't say two words, and drove like a maniac in the rain. We had two children in the van with us. Aside from the driver, all good and very clean.

    5
« Seems like it should have cost more »

Usually at the price we paid, I would have expected the place to be a bit run down, but instead, it was quite nice inside, the Exterior, the Lobby and our Room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast or attend the restaurant, not sure what it was like, but I based on the hotel part, I'd expect it to be above expectations as well. We used this hotel as a one-nighter after a very long flight from Australia, and would definitely stay again especially if they keep their prices low.

    « An Wonderful Hotel »

We stayed the night of 30 December 2015. It was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and quiet. It is definitely excellent value for the money. The room was perfect, with everything required for a comfortable stay. The staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast before heading back home.

    « Another pleasant stay »

We were in Toronto for Christmas, to visit family and friends. The room we had was mostly quiet and comfortable. The mattresses were firm (which we liked), but the pillows were only the soft kind. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay. The TTC bus service is temporarily available about one block form the hotel, thanks to a detour, so that was very convenient for our needs.

« Great staff, comfy and clean room »

All of the staff that I had encountered at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Service at the restaurant was a tiny bit slow but the food is worth the wait. The room I had (queen bed with sofa) was clean and comfortable. For those of you who want to just relax in a warm bath, the tub is actually adult sized! The bed might be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Location is as good as you can get for being close to the airport, and they also have an airport shuttle to bring you right there. Overall, well worth the price.

« Comfortable Sleep, Helpful Staff »

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, and will continue to do so. The staff are wonderfully helpful, caring, and efficient.... and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfortable. Good shuttle service from YYZ airport. Some rooms have a park view - my favourite. Keep up the good work, Travel Hotel!

    « One more time!!! »

Always reliable- Pick up from the airport is great!!!! Rooms are very comfortable and if you wish to dine the restaurant is right there! It is very convenient to the airport as well!Staff is helpful and there is a business office there for checking in if need to before you fly!

    « Great location »

We just returned from a business oriented trip to Toronto. We wanted a hotel near the airport that was clean, comfortable and offered WiFi and a gym. The Best Western had all of these at a very reasonable price. The front desk people were always pleasant as well as the housekeeping staff. My small gripe would be the sub par complimentary breakfast that is offered. I have been to other hotel breakfasts where the place is bustling with lots of options for hotel guests. This one was a bit lackluster with the selection. Since I was pleased with every other aspect of the hotel, I am not factoring this into my rating and would definitely go back to the Best Western if I am ever in the area again.

« Clean hotel, unhappy with breakfast service »

I recently stayed at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service provided at the complimentary breakfast. I have a very severe food allergy and carry an epi-pen in case of anaphylaxis reaction (which can result in hospitalization or death). As a result, my options at the breakfast were very limited - just fruit and bread. Mind you, I was fine with just have an orange and one or two slices of bread. I just had to check that the bread was fine. I approached the older lady working there and explained about my severe allergy. I asked if I could read the ingredients on the bread label. She seemed very irritated by this, went in the back, and said most of the bread did not have ingredients listed. She commented that I should be fine and just go ahead and eat the bread. I explained, "No, I could go to hospital if I don't read the ingredients." She searched again and found a bag of bagels which had the ingredients listed. I read them and they were fine. She gave me one bagel; I asked if I could have another one (as I could eat virtually nothing else at the buffet table). She told me, "No." Later, when she went in the back, I spoke with a second staff, a younger man working there and again requested a second bagel. He said, "Sure," and acted like it was not a big deal at all. I really appreciated that. I wouldn't stay here again after that experience. It really upset me. For the remainder of the trip, I didn't go back to the complimentary breakfast buffet.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and every stay has been great. This hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and quite. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

« Very clean and comfortable »

Overall this hotel was good. Clean, nice, comfortable and well kept. The breakfast was nice too, but I would have liked something more then boiled eggs every day. The only weird thing was when returning to my room at night the smaller furniture was on a tilt in the room.

    4
    « Nice and Clean »

The hotel room is nice and clean with free parking and complimentary breakfast. I paid $118 so I think it is a good price with all. The hotel area is very quiet with no mall or shopping center around it. It is better to find a hotel with breakfast provided. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. However, the drawback was the noises outside the room which keep me awake at night. I can hear people walking and chatting outside of my room. Just for a night stay, I can deal with it

« Very relaxing stay, at a very convenient location, with excellent service »

I visited Toronto and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. We were given a room on the third floor with the windows overlooking the beautiful golf course. In all, it was a very relaxing stay. What worked:- a) The airport pick up arrived within 5-10 minutes of us calling them. b) The check in/checkout was smooth and took less than 5 minutes. When checking in. we were given break fast vouchers on the spot along with other details such as wi fi credentials. c) Excellent room service and cleaning crew: They cleaned the room diligently each day and did an excellent job, every time. Room was spotlessly clean. d) Excellent View: We got the golf course facing room, visible from the window. It is a very serene sight and we whiled away time, gazing at the beautiful view. e) Excellent location: There are some amazing restaurants and joints nearby such as Shebeen Irish bar, Wokkers. There is Centennial park nearby, which has a greenhouse (free). The park is easily the best place for morning walks and evening strolls. f) Relatively easy commute: Bus stops are within easy reach. 35 / 109 routes are primarily used. 35 drops right at the hotel. g) In room facilities: were good. Ranged from Tea/Coffee maker, iron, TV, sofa and beautiful lamps. Newspapers could be picked at reception - complimentary. i) Very polite and helpful staff. Some areas of improvement (Which stop me from giving 5 stars): - a) Poor variety of break fast: We stayed for 8 nights and each day, the breakfast menu was the same. There was no variety in breakfast. Food was ok, but would have liked more variety. Also should have non vegetarian selections based on 'chicken' or 'lamb'. Having french toast etc would have helped. b) Lack of utensils or tea cups in room: While this is a travel hotel, we missed having a tea cup in the room. Platic cups are ok, but tea cups / plates would have been better. c) Small size of dust bins/ waste paper basket: they were very small and were quickly filled. d) Resetting Wi Fi Connections/reentering credentials - While Wi Fi speed was good, it had the habit of asking for credentials every 6 hours or so. e) Minor: Probably have HD service for cable? On the whole a relaxing and satisfying stay.

« Good Sleep and Close to Airport »

Hotel and room: Met expectations for a BW and very good location for our overnight to catch a flight in the morning. Customer Service: Over the phone and in person, the staff we dealt with were very curt and rather rude, like I was wasting their time with a few basic traveler's questions. Suggest they work on patience with guests paying their salaries, cutting out the heavy sighing and interrupting guests during conversations. Manager could bring in mandatory excellence training for the front desk. Otherwise, a good stay.

    « Incorrect Charge »

As a warning, please get a cancellation number if you should cancel your reservation, because the hotel will not reimburse you for the charge. If you are driving, stop pullover and write the number down...I learned the hard way.

    « a one night stand »

I stayed for a night at the Best Western on Eglinton in order to be in closer proximity to the airport to pick up friends from Aust the next AM. I was very satisfied with my experience there with one prime exception, that being the fact that I was not able to use a couple of gift cards from Best Western that had a limited life span for usage. I was told that in order to use the cards, I should have booked directly with the hotel, and because I had booked through Best western, they were not able to be used. In my comments tot he hotel, I commented upon this aspect and to my surprise and delight, the manager was very prompt in fixing this problem totally to my satisfaction. It added to my enjoyment of the stay and I will be staying there again in the near future. I thank the manager and his staff for making all other aspects of my stay very enjoyable.

    « absolutely fantastic! »

I said this before I'm going to say it all again. I absolutely LOVED my time at the hotel and so did my husband. The hotel went way above and beyond my expectations. I had requested a top floor corner Jacuzzi suite for us because it was our anniversary but the hotel took that request to the next level by giving us a Jacuzzi shaped as a heart! The décor of the room was fantastic as well! We were both speechless when we saw the room. And right there we had decided we wont be staying at any other hotels anymore. Every few months we will be having mini getaways and we will only be staying at this hotel. That's definite! Absolutely fantastic job to the hotel and its entire team. I cannot wait to stay here again! P.s. I've already recommended you to all my friends!

    « Worst western »

Basically this place had lousy breakfast. All they had were hard boiled eggs, that had been touched by everyone. Yuck! I'm not sure why you need a pass to go to breakfast, when breakfast is something we passed on completely? The sheets were dirty and contained blood stains. Gross!

    5
    « Pleasantly surprised »

I had read the reviews on this site, but I still wasn't expecting much. This is a Best Western after all, not the Ritz-Carleton. I am happy to report that this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. My only regret is that I didn't have an opportunity to try the continental breakfast...

    « Messy Hotel »

I so wanted to run away from this nightmare but I only had 3 days in Toronto, Canada for business. This place looks like it's stuck in the 80's with a hellish smell. The room looks like it never really had a deep cleaning with dust all over and the bed sheets were wrinkled? Why are the bed sheets wrinkled? I slept on top of the bed with my clothing on for 2 nights straight. The breakfast offer is the same bland food and hard boiled eggs for 2 days. How about making some scrambled eggs? I will never ever return to this dirty place.

« our "go to" place when travelling through Pearson »

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is a great place. They have a free airport shuttle that is very prompt, and the staff go overboard to be nice. There is a nice Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel so you can even have a nice meal without having to "go out" after a long day of travelling. A free buffet breakfast is included at this same restaurant in the morning, although it could use improvement. I will definitely stay here again.

« A pleasant and convenient hotel near to the airport. »

We have stayed there overnight a few times overnight to break up our travel from Scotland to various parts of Canada. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly. Free wifi in the rooms and free rides to and from the hotel to the airport at any time of day and night. I would avoid the restaurant on site though (it is separate from the hotel itself) as the prices can be a bit steep. However, just a few hundred yards up the road in s a classic Irish Pub which serves good meals at reasonable prices. A good place to spend the night and with the shuttle service between the hotel and the airport it is pretty hard to beat. We can recommend it for an overnight stay without reservations.

« clean room, nice breakfast »

I stayed here for one night while in Toronto for a medical appointment. I got the hotel's shuttle to pick me up from the airport once I arrived and it arrived within 15-20 minutes once I called. The room was clean and nice. The wifi worked well in my room. The breakfast was decent in the morning. The options included toast, assorted fruits, yogurt, waffles and sausages and boiled eggs. My only issue here is that the boiled eggs were very over-cooked and grey inside. My stay was short, but overall it was fine.

We have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions and find it very good and quite convenient for our needs. I do not feel that the hard boiled eggs served at breakfast are an appropriate breakfast item. They should be reserved for appetizers.

« Beds did not seem clean »

I realize that nowadays, many hotels do not iron their sheets. This makes it difficult to actually know whether or not the sheets have been changed. We had 2 beds in the room and the sheets were wrinkled, although the beds appeared to have been made. In each case, when I turned down the sheets, there were hairs on the sheets. In retrospect, I should have complained and asked for a room change. The next morning, when we were checking out, I went to the reception desk and mentioned that the sheets had hairs on both beds. There was no response apart from telling us that our room had been prepaid. The front desk did not ask for any details or even verify that the room had been cleaned. I was not impressed. As we were leaving, they did say "sorry", but I felt that the customer service was poor. I realize that the sheets could have been clean, but that hairs might gone through the wash (the linen was rather pilled), and I would have been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if there had been a more customer-friendly response. (I was not looking for a refund, it would just have been nice to have my concerns acknowledged).. When we turned on the fan to get the air circulating, there was a loud grinding noise, and we decided to turn it off again. . The breakfast was as described by NM with regards to the eggs. I was turned off when I saw a guest touching several of the hardboiled eggs before choosing one to put on her plate. Therefore, I did not actually eat the eggs, although my husband did and confirmed that the yolks were green/black on the outside. This is just a matter of the restaurant knowing how to boil the eggs properly. At any rate, my experience was negative and I would not go back to the hotel again

    « old but a good stop »

This is only 10 minutes from the airport. The staff are very helpful and efficient because I came and left at odd hours, my requests by phone were all accommodated. The room was quiet, the carpet was very old but I was able to rest and sleep a bit for my next flight. I was even driven back to the airport by a staff member. The breakfast was limited but if you are in transit in Toronto, you dont expect to eat a lot. Will stay here again if I am in transit in Toronto.

« Breakfast needs help. AGAIN »

I travel travelled to this hotel for years. I found a deterioration that past 2 years especially with the breakfast situation. It is not up to par with other Best Westerns and certainly not with the Hampton breakfast next door which is also free with room. This time scrambled eggs are now gone replaced by boiled eggs. The 2 eggs I chose were both BLACK on the inside when cut. Another table complained about the breakfast as well. Choices are dismissed. Last year the then hostess complained about all the customers after they left. It was uncomfortable to hear. I did complain about that. The rooms are standard fare. The staff especially housekeeping are always friendly. This time again my room key no longer functioned later in the day. Same thing happened last year. There was also a problem with wifi but resolved by calling the tech support number

    « Comfortable and quiet »

Stayed two nights Oct 1 and 2, 2015. Nice main room - comfortable bed. In the vicinity of the airport, but there were no noise issues at all. The bathroom light controls were unusual. One light switch was outside the bathroom just inside the entrance. The other light switch, for the washbasin area, was behind the door. The complimentary breakfast was below average offering boiled eggs. Despite that, however, we would consider staying again.

« Good value for money »

Good value for money. Friendly staff. The check in process was quick and friendly. The room was basic, but clean. Bed was a bit to soft. Close to Toronto International Airport, but not close enough to hear planes. Breakfast was very basic.

    « Worth considering »

I needed somewhere close t the airport for a one night visit to Toronto with a very early flight the next morning. Shuttle was regular (every 1/2 hour) and reception staff very helpful. The room was in very good condition. Position is 15 minutes from the airport which was further than I thought but hardly an issue. Would definitely stay again.

« Extremely clean and supassed expectation based on reviews »

Great place to consider if attending a function at the International Center or catching a flight and looking for bargain accommodation. Very clean and comfortable stay. Noise from the halls can be heard but this is not a major issue (had a crying baby on the floor - what can you do). Parking and breakfast included. The breakfast presentation could be improved and quality level raised but again, it's included. You will prefer having a car if staying here, nothing is realy within walking distance. Overall, I'd stay again.

    « Very nice hotel »

We stayed here for three days and chose this because of it's proximity to the airport and it was also not too far from the station which took us into Toronto. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and the bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had reasonable breakfasts, included in the price, and perfectly adequate unless you are extra fussy! All in all a good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

« Perfect for Airport Travelers »

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. Location - Quick 10-15 minute drive to the airport. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room - Updated, modern, very clean, great beds, nice linens Long Term Parking - I highly recommend this facility for long term parking for airport travelers. It is well lit and very close to the back entrance. Quite safe. Breakfast - Your basic morning breakfast is provided; I've had better, but it was adequate for a quick bite to eat. Service - I can't say enough about the great service at this hotel. Both the front desk and the airport shuttle employees went out of their way to accommodate us. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this hotel to friends.

« Ok airport hotel, weak breakfast »

This is a typical, convenient airport hotel, with reasonable shuttle service and (usually) relatively low-cost. Breakfast included but is quite elementary. room is quite nice (size, cleanliness, furnishing, bath). For a quick connection or night before or after flight, it is - for me - a good choice; been here twice now. Didn't yet test the gym though :-)

    « Average »

The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever had. I was hoping for much more since it was held in the attached restaurant. The two meals I had there were not cooked well, small and pricey. The shuttle service was very disappointing at best. I was left with the feeling that I was going to be abandoned at the airport. That really needs to be addressed. The room was fine, comfortable and convenient.

« good stay at Best Western »

We have stayed at this hotel many times & always are very satisfied ..... we find the beds are very comfortable, the Wi-Fi & parking are free; for a reasonable cost we have left our car at the hotel while travelling away; The shuttle bus is very convenient to the airport & for pick up from the airport. Breakfast is good & the restaurant is very convenient for dinner. Really enjoy the hot tub, & using the gym. The staff are very helpful.

« Noisy rooms! You can hear the jacuzzi above you! »

Good luck sleeping here. The rooms have jacuzzis in them, coupled with artificial flowers and colored lights... The problem is that the hotel rooms have paper-thin walls. When the people above me decided to have a jacuzzi I thought the entire ceiling was going to cave in. It was impossible to sleep. Sounded like a vacuum was on in my room. Very frustrating...

    « Always a great hotel experience. »

Have been staying at this hotel for a few years now. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and efficient. Always ask if everything was ok and the answer is always yes but for one time when the pillows were too overstuffed and not comfortable. Sometimes the air conditioner is noisy but not in all rooms - must remember which rooms are especially loud.

« OK, apart from the bug..... »

This airport hotel is comfortable, but somewhat isolated. The rooms at the rear have a nice view of a golf course. I found the rooms well equipped and well maintained, EXCEPT for a bug on my bed. Stuff happens, and bugs are the bane of hotels these days. This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. Hard-boiled eggs and archeological quailty sausages do not breakfast make.

    « A pleasant evening! »

Surprised my wife with a stay at this hotel after her late night flight. While waiting for her flight, used the exercise facility's which were up to date and clean. The room was clean and quiet. All amenities were in order and would not hesitate to use this hotel again. Would recommend.

« Great location; great price; great experience »

Stayed here one night. Close to major Toronto highways and a very convenient location for anybody traveling via Pearson Airport. Found a very good rate for a clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

« Did not earn an excellent this stay. »

I have stayed at this location several times and have always given an excellent on the review but this time it fell short of my previous stays. The rooms and mattress comfort were excellent but the onsite restaurant has slipped and the breakfast as well. The restaurant no longer accepts AMEX but they have a sign on the door that says AMEX welcomed. The morning breakfast had 2 hot options boiled eggs and sausage, no bacon. And less to choose from on the continental side. I skipped my 4 other mornings and went out somewhere else. A great room and sleep but, a little off their game this time around.

« Great hotel near YYZ »

Nice hotel, good value, caring staff, complimentary breakfast and an airport shuttle were the major highlights of staying here. The added plus was an onsite Italian restaurant with yummy food. I would stay here again.

    « Fabulous »

We stayed just one night before our flight back to the UK. This was fantastic value - especially as it included free shuttles from the airport and back. We arrived late so couldn't make use of the facilities, but I have never seen a laundrette in a hotel before. Brilliant touch! The room itself was great - no noise whatsoever from other guests or outside. As well as being tastefully decorated and clean, it included eveything you could possibly need - 2 big beds, a microwave, full-size refrigerator, a laptop tray, free wifi, 2 shower caps, mouthwash etc. Our shuttle was booked for 6:45 and we even managed to grab a quick breakfast beforehand. Highly recommended!

« Poor shuttle service, nice rooms »

I have experienced bad shuttle service at the Toronto airport several times from several hotels so it seems this problem isn't unique to this hotel. I have yet to find any courtesy phones in the airport to call hotels & the wait to be picked up was unacceptable. Next morning I was told by desk staff the shuttle would not take me to or from a airport meeting unless the shuttle was scheduled for a pickup of a guest checking in or out. Since I was already checked in, they wouldn't take me for my scheduled meeting on my own. Breakfast was in the attached Italian restaurant & was below average. I did have a pizza at night & it was very good. The rooms are comfortable & clean. The staff is polite & room rate better than average.

« Nice hotel and restaurant, disappointing breakfast »

Nice hotel and the Italian restaurant has a great menu and choice of Italian dishes. Sadly, the daily breakfast was disappoint because it was the same food everyday. I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights. Everyday, the hot breakfast was was same: boiled eggs and sausages. The waffles were also disappointing because the batter wasn't a regular batter. So it was bitter and very difficult to cook in the waffle iron. Many guests were quite frustrated with cooking their waffles.

    « A hospitable attitude would make a difference »

First impressions are important. Our first impression here was the coffee in the lobby. It comes out of a machine and costs a dollar a cup. Being in the lobby without cash in hand, we asked if the dollar could be added to our bill and were told no. So much for first impressions. Maybe the room will be better. Apparently it wasn't the room originally planned since, an hour after check-in time, it wasn't ready, but it looked like it would do. Two maintenance issues eventually surfaced: a refrigerator that didn't refrigerate, and a dead phone. Unfortunately we discovered both problems the hard way. In fairness, both problems were resolved after being reported to the one staff member who actually seemed to value guests. Breakfast was okay, but limited and the same hot options both days (boiled eggs and petrified sausage). Continuing the hospitality theme, a sign on the door as you leave breakfast prohibits taking "food or breakfast items" with you. If you stay here, request an odd-numbered room. The even numbers face the street which can be noisy. This was our fourth Best Western Plus on this current trip, and clearly the low point. It struck us as not particularly deserving of the words "best" and "plus"; adequate and mediocre would have been more accurate.
