"Great stay for a few days"
fatstan, 15 Février 2024

A very nice hotel, spotlessly clean, 24hr reception with staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a good one, the rooms are spacious, the shower hot, breakfast was very nice with plenty of options, the bar even when not attended we just asked and the staff from reception came and sorted us drinks. Proberbly my only downside was that around the vicinity, there wasn't too many places food and drink wise ,and the places close by that were around seemed to be closed, obviously this has nothing to do with the hotel.

"Excellent Stay- wonderful Staff!"
guru-mach, 29 Décembre 2023

Clean environment and wonderful staff to work with! Everyone is very pleasant and provided guidance on places to eat and things to see. Staff is very friendly and helpful, looking forward to my next stay there!

"Great long-weekend in Turin"
Mario D, 05 Novembre 2023

Staff are very helpful and comunicative. The location is good and the rooms comfy. The breakfast spread is perfect. The small problems we had were blocked drains and a non-functioning towel rail in the bathroom. (Which were fixed upon reporting)

"Stay exceeded expectations"
EMM1441, 15 Juin 2023

Upon arrival we were given a very nice, clean, modern room that was very comfortable. However we were amazed by the wide variety of options at the breakfast buffet. It was a wonderful and tasty breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the hotel.

"Hidden gem of a hotel that ticks every box!"
Amanda P, 09 Juin 2023

What a brilliant hotel - a real unexpected gem. We stayed here in Turin for 4 nights and were honestly blown away by the quality of this hotel - especially as it was within budget. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, very modern, and even boasts a fabulous rooftop solarium that has Bali beds, a hammock, sun beds and a jacuzzi pool. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, a large, immaculate bathroom - and black out shutters that provided a wonderfully in disturbed sleep. Our room was silent - no noise from outside or from other guests. It was cleaned to a high standard every day and was immaculate in every way. It's been one of our favourite stays anywhere to date. The staff are friendly, helpful and a real joy to interact with. We happily sat at night in one of the two lounge areas and felt relaxed and happy there. There were so many lovely touches that just made our stay extra special. and we really didn't want to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who might be going to Turin on a city break or for business. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. We'll be back!! :)

"Great spot to stay"
byland7, 12 Mai 2023

This hotel is a great option in Turin. Close to Porta Nuova train station and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main attractions of Turin. The hotel is showing it's age a little bit but stay a very good value. The breakfast is awesome. The roof top deck and pool area doesn't open until June so keep that in mind if you're looking forward to rooftop cocktails (they should open the deck up early). Our second stay here. Overall a great spot to stay in Turin.

"Best Western Exec Turin"
Ron S, 06 Mai 2023

It's a good hotel although a bit expensive for what you get. We had a room in the newer part of the hotel. It was good size, nice and clean, good bathroom. Very good breakfast. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, fluent English. The underground parking garage is fine, costs EUR 20. The location is about a mile from the city center.

"Friendly, professional welcome"
Eddysalvo, 24 Février 2023

As soon as we arrived, Eduardo on reception made us feel welcome and valued. Recognising my birthday, we were offered a drink. He, and subsequently his colleague Alessandro, went our of their way to suggest restaurants and places to visit. The room was clean and tidy and in line with what we expected. The professional suite upgrade was unexpected for our return visit.

"Best Western"
styles1001, 04 Décembre 2022

Great location with easy access around Turin. Just down from the main train station this hotel offers modern amenities, really good breakfast and off street under ground secure parking, if you have a hire car this is a must. Clean rooms and friendly accommodating staff.

"Well located you can go on foot everywhere."
Maria C, 05 Novembre 2022

Friendly staff and well located, delicious breakfast. Comfortable rooms. We were very pleased with our stay and would go back there again. The hotel is near the city centre about 10 minutes on foot and central to visiting Torino.

"Beyond all expectations"
SaraDallacasagrande, 22 Octobre 2022

Extreme courtesy by the staff, very clean rooms, quite comfortable beds, magnificent breakfast. We were upgraded into an executive room with a nice set of amenities. Rooftop garden adds a charming touch. All was impeccable, surprisingly high level of quality for a hotel in train station proximity. Beyond all expectations.

"Excellent hotel"
Tommyunst, 27 Septembre 2022

Our family of 4 stayed here for 10 nights and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel, the staff are the nicest I can remember from any holiday, the rooms are splendid, the location is good to get around, we didn't have breakfast so can't comment, would definelty recommend staying at this hotel if in Turin, only tiny thing was air conditioning was noisy and only went down to 18°.

"Touring Italy"
philali123, 08 Août 2022

The Staff were very friendly and very helpful . The food at breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very big for a family of three. The way the room is set out , there was a sliding door in between the bedroom and sitting area. The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk into the City centre.

"Very good hotel, walking distance to city center"
RuudK123, 07 Août 2022

Nice clean spacious room. We received a room upgrade. During summer a jacuzzi with some deck chairs on the rooftop Very good breakfast. Private parking as an extra (paid) service. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

"Great stay at the Best Western Hotel in Turin."
Michael W, 27 Juillet 2022

Great stay in Turin and the hotel and the staff were so welcoming. Special mention to Alessandro for amazing hospitality and for making the stay so special. Breakfast was great value and plenty of choice. Will definitely return in the future.

"City Break at Best Western Turin"
Caroline M, 22 Juin 2022

The hotel was excellent value and the rooftop spa area was a wonderful facility to our stay in the beautiful weather. It was lovely to have someplace to relax each evening and on the morning of our departure. Breakfast was really nice too !

"The quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff made this holiday a great vacation."
rlk2013, 14 Juin 2022

After booking the hotel, I had occasion to email them because I mixed up one or two things; the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. Alessandro and all the team are just fantastic. The important things: Clean? Absolutely spotless Comfortable? The best seven nights sleep I've had. Location? Perfect and only two minutes walk from the Marconi metro station. The area around is very dynamic and only a short walk to Parco Valentino. Breakfast? Couldn't have asked for more. Facilities? Everything needed for a great stay. Would I stay there again? 100% Negatives? Not a one - they even made sure there was soya milk out for us everyday. This was our first holiday in three years and I had high expectations - I was not disappointed.

"Wonderful & friendly"
rabz3000, 13 Juin 2022

Upon arrival we had an upgrade to an business suite. All the staff were always ready to help & cheerful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Rooms & parking were ready when we arrived in advance. The air-conditioning on when we arrived in rooms. Excellent price/quality Great outdoor jacuzzi & lounge on rooftop Will definitely opt for breakfast next time ;)

"Best is the word"
Serveau59, 10 Juin 2022

4 Night stay, wanted to visit village of Sparone where my Grandmother was born and left 114 years ago. Receptionist I believe called Alexandre was fantastic,he sorted out train times and for local taxi company to meet us off train, who drove us to the village and returned 3 hours later to drive back to catch return train to Turin. The Hotel is very comfortable very clean. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. Rooms are spacious with excellent shower in bathroom. All staff are very accommodating and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Area is very good for Restaurants and very close to Valentino Castle. Visit to Motor Museum is a must. Will definitely use this Hotel when next in Turin highly recommend.

"Excellent Hôtel and Staff"
JVL1220, 30 Octobre 2021

Excellent réception, the lady who took my reservation on the phone a couple of days before remembered who I was. The parking was ready. Staff are very friendly and give you alors more advice than the tourist information booth at the station. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is perfect, there is no lack of anything. Walking distance from downtown with an underground parking

"Excellent price-quality hotel Turin"
393fannyv, 15 Août 2021

Excellent service: got a surprise upgrade to an executive suite, our luggage were brought to the room while we were in the city, always ready to help with a smile Rooms were very clean, cold water bottles in the fridge, airconditioning on when arriving Excellent price/quality breakfast Great outdoor jacuzzi and lounge

"Friendly staff and the rooftop jacuzzi are the assets."
Joachim A, 14 Juillet 2021

Airconditioning worked perfect. TV has casting possibilities and national TV channels. Good Wifi-Internet. Friendly staff. Hotel 15 minute walk away from the city center. Executive rooftop jacuzzi and sun baths are very good.

"Great Staff"
IvanMedina001, 29 Décembre 2019

The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain in detail all our questions. The hotel is close to a bunch of restaurants in the area and a few steps from Metro station and a couple of blocks from Satazione Centrale.

"Very practical place "
PetDim, 22 Octobre 2019

Hotel is relatively new and comfortable. It is without any luxuries in it, but still very convenient. Only elevator is strange and small. It stops very abruptly and scared me. There is parking at the hotel. It is against additional charge. On the morning the hotel left the car with washed windows-very nice gesture. Breakfast is OK - everything necessary. For a business trip place is perfect.

"Very nice and comfortable Hotel"
Rebecca B, 01 Octobre 2019

I spent two days in Turin for work and I enjoyed the city as a tourist during an afternoon. The hotel staff is very friendly, attentive to the customer: an excellent service at all. The breakfast was delicious. Had a really nice time.

"Very nice Hotel in Turin"
BellaBln2806, 30 Septembre 2019

We stayed for only one night during our weekend trip here. We had a free upgrade - which we loved. Very friendly stuff and excellent service at all. Very uncomplicated with parking and everything. Love to come back. Had a really nice time.

"Comfortable modern hotel"
Eveline C, 10 Juin 2019

I spent two days here and enjoyed the hotel. Our room was very spacious. There was an espresso machine. I appreciated the quality of the crisp linens and the bath sheets. The bathroom was of decent size as well. The hotel is just a bit off downtown. Metro is nearby and easy to navigate. A caveat: there is no elevator from the parking lot but the staff will help you with baggage if you ask. Down ramp is very narrow and difficult for us American used to more spacious ramps. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful with lots of pastries, savory choices in abundance and an espresso/cappuccino machine.

"A decent hotel but not the surroundings"
sayvonna, 07 Avril 2019

hotel is almost 10mins walk from central train station. 15mins max to city centre. room - I asked for quiet room and it seems this room at 1st floor facing terrace in quiet. they even gave me ear plugs as I am a light sleeper. so my comments left in room rsvp was heard. staffs - friendly and speak English. speedy checked in and explained me well as they asked was I first time with the hotel. lobby - big and another inner room for works or kids area. breakfast - good spread of western breakfast but limited choices. a plus would be do it yourself fresh fruit/veggi juice. room- 1st floor with a queen size bed. study area and a separate shower and wash area. the con is that the shower enclosed area is really small, you cant really turn your body during shower. wifi - works well. they dont reset or cut you off the next day. bed sheets- change every 2 other day as I stayed here for 5nights. neighborhood- if you are single or alone, do come back before sun set as you will see some homeless people asking for food or money, do avoid walking alone else take a taxi. overall - pleasant for me..

"Lovely experience"
Paradise16494033228, 22 Mars 2019

The hotel is close to the main points of interest in the city. Staff was very nice and helpful, even during the late hours of the night. Breakfast had a great selection as well. Another bonus were the rooms, each seems to have a different personality, ours had a very interesting, huge painting on the ceiling and had a classical vibe to it.

"Good for business travel"
christianaannaalex, 16 Mars 2019

The hotel has a nice reception and breakfast area, nice breakfast options too, although a bit limited. It is close to metro station Nizza. The room had coffee and tea making facilities which was great. Staff was very helpful. I'm giving it 3 stars because the rooms need newer furnishings.

"Nice hotel but the area could be better"
Vicki G, 05 Novembre 2018

This is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The rooms are a little on the small side but adequate for a few nights stay. The shower was powerful and linen was changed during our 2 night stay. The room was very warm even in November and opening the window meant I didn't sleep well as the traffic outside created noise all through the night. There was an air conditioning unit but it blew hot air whilst on the cold setting (this may have been user error and as it was our last night I didn't seek any assistance). The staff are friendly and helpful, they booked us taxis and advised us regarding our trip to see Juventus at the Allianz. There isn't a lot in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, the main centre is the other side of the train station which is a little bit sketchy. We saw homeless and soliciting whilst passing which was a little intimidating. The breakfast was decent, a choice of cereal, pastries, fruit, waffles, meats, cheese, bread, youghurt, bacon and eggs with coffee, juice and tea also available. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

"Nice hotel. Dodgy location."
JonnyB504, 05 Novembre 2018

If you could pick this hotel up and place it in a nicer part of town it would get 4/5. Welcoming and helpful staff, nice rooms and a very nice breakfast. The problem is mal my that the area of town in which it is placed is questionable at best. Vagrants and ladies of the night frequent the nearby train station, add the dodgy characters who offer you drugs on the street corners in the vicinity and you realise you aren't in a great place. I'd probably avoid if there is a next time.

"Could do better"
DaveNKent, 21 Septembre 2018

Overall a very nice hotel with plenty of secure parking which was very welcomed. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English but there was room for improvement. The lifts are very small, barely big enough to hold four especially if they have any luggage. When we asked for drinks the range available was very limited, they had simply run out of basic drinks such as wine and draught beer. On our first morning the breakfast service was hopeless. At different times they ran out of clean plates and cutlery. The hot dishes were not being topped up regularly and there was often just a few bits of sausage and scrambled egg left. The staff were trying their best but there were simply not enough of them to cope and they were all trying to do everything meaning some things were being missed. On top of lukewarm water in the room due to a plumbing problem it was not a great start to the day. The day concluded with the fuses blowing in our room when we turned the lights on, but this was resolved very quickly and these things happen. The hotel is easy to access from the motorway, close to the station and it is not too far to walk into the main shopping area.

"Good value."
YavarK, 18 Septembre 2018

Nice place and good value. Modern room and bathroom. We were three of us, and room was a good size. Car parking available. Hot and cold breakfast was on offer. Wifi worked. Very centrally located. Friendly service. Recommended.

"Many good things about this hotel"
GiaLondon_England, 30 Août 2018

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in early August. The room we were given had not been made up, so we were immediately given an upgrade with which we were very pleased. The best thing about the hotel was the roof garden with a small pool/Jacuzzi, garden furniture etc - a lovely place to relax after touring Turin. The breakfasts were lovely and we were pleased there was an outdoor terrace. You could make your own huge waffles which was new to us and great fun. The service was really friendly and I want to especially mention Emanuele who gave us excellent advice on a number of occasions about what to eat at the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel. He was also immensely kind in that when I left a dress hanging in the wardrobe on leaving, he immediately posted it off to my address. A great credit to the hotel.

"Nice Accommodations, Sketchy Location and NO Pool"
Dana H, 19 Août 2018

I choose this hotel as it came up in my search of hotels with pools and fit our needs and budget. Well, their "pool" was a hot tub so that was very disappointing. Thankfully, the accommodations made up for this and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and the bathroom was so lovely with it's big shower. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic - probably one of the best I've had in Europe. The location is a bit sketchy. We decided to walk a few blocks for dinner and I was genuinely nervous passing some of the people hanging out near the train station and on the side streets. I guess with being close to the train station I should have expected it. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and convenient for getting around.

"Ok Stopover"
Maxine C, 27 Juillet 2018

This hotel was a stopover enroute to the French Alps. The room was great with a kitchenette obviously geared to the business market . the aircon was odd next to the bed and was full of fluff! All in all I can't criticise the room. The rooftop jacuzzi was a bit shabby and freezing! The foot wash was just a showertray that was not plumb in to any drain?! The most disappointing thing was breakfast it was dreadful the "hot" item (rubbery eggs) and greasy bacon and cheap hot dogs were stone cold when I pointed it out he took the dishes away and I heard the microwave pinging as he reheated them and returned them! Christ knows how long they'd been there and then reheated :( likely the eggs were even more rubbery!! The rest of the choice wasn't great I've stayed in budget hotels with better breakfasts. I was going to tell her at check out but she didn't ask how our stay was just took the key and demanded the city tax. I wouldn't stay there again the area around the hotel is really rough/downtown even saw a drugs deal on way to train station!

"Still a good hotel but desperately needs to fix WiFi and TV channels"
Sheena M, 15 Juillet 2018

Just as last year, I had gone to Turin for just 2 days in order to see an opera at Teatro Regio Torino and I wanted somewhere clean, quiet, out of the centre and near the park and river, and near a good supermarket since I have to prepare my own food. There was no hesitation in returning to Best Western Executive Suites because it had fulfilled all my wishes and given me a lovely stay in 2017. I'd asked to book the same room as last year: a Business Suite on the top floor in the building at the front of the hotel. It was very clean and mostly quiet – though not as quiet as last year because a group of young men, staying at the hotel, had been drinking all day and, on Saturday night into 6 a.m. Sunday morning, chose to sit and drink and smoke and make a fair bit of noise on the terrace towards the front of the hotel, on the ground floor. I think guests should not be permitted to use this area beyond midnight – just as the rooftop terrace – as it is noisy for those guests at the front of the room. I could hear them from my top floor suite so I imagine it had been much worse for those guests on lower floors, with rooms directly over the terrace. The bed was nice and firm and the pillows comfortable too. The TV channels – there is a huge number! – are mostly Italian shopping channels. Last year there were also several American/English language channels. This year, that had changed. There were two news channels. The folder, in the room, clearly said that Business Suite guests could also get extra channels – this was not the case. When I enquired, the staff said they had recently, that the number of channels had been reduced. To my mind, the hotel should provide a better selection for those in Business Suites. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind throughout my stay. However, the worst part about the room was the WiFi in my room. If I could even get a connection (each time if took me or one of the staff members SEVERAL attempts to connect) was APPALLINGLY slow and unstable constantly. It was impossible to watch programmes on Netflix on my laptop with these problems which, when there is nothing but BBC News or an Italian shopping channel – and you're too tired to read a book – was very, very annoying. Last year, I'd gone running in the park. This year, due to a foot injury, I had to use the hotel fitness room. It's very small but, at least, had the machine I needed. The bad part about the gym is that the air conditioning is completely ineffective. I tried to turn it down to the lowest temperature, and a member of staff also tried to help, but it made no difference. The room is in the basement so it became very hot and uncomfortable very quickly. For my needs, the Best Western is still a good venue though I have asked to see if a different room, for my next visit, would provide a problem-free stay. In any case, as an absolute priority, the hotel needs to fix the Wifi and provide a much better selection of TV channels in the business suites.

"Fantastic stay"
j0856, 12 Juillet 2018

Our party of 17 including 9 children stayed here for 4 nights to attend a gymnastics competition in Turin. We found the communication from Emanuele and help with our bookings before our arrival very good and all our rooms were upgraded at no extra charge. The hotel is spotless and the communal areas are modern and bright. Our bedrooms were fantastic, clean, spacious and comfortable with coffee machine and a small kitchenette to make hot drinks. The air conditioning was good (and necessary) and I found the room very quiet at night. The reception staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and very helpful especially with arranging taxis for us several times a day. Breakfast was very nice and the children enjoyed making their own waffles. My only slight niggle was that at breakfast the water didn't ever seem hot enough to make a decent cup of tea! This is an excellent hotel, great value for money and we would definitely return.

"Excellent hotel in Turin"
badgerberridge, 04 Juillet 2018

Reception staff were extremely helpful when we arrived. They were happy to spend time recommending places to visit and places to eat both locally and further into the city. The rooms (4 of us in 2 rooms) were clean, spacious and modern with really good shower rooms. There was always plenty of hot water & fresh towels plus an excellent hairdryer by the mirror. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space plus tea & coffee provided in the room. It was extremely hot whilst we were there & the air conditioning did struggle a bit but we made sure we closed the blinds completely during the day to help keep the room cool. The breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of choice although the eggs & bacon were never particularly hot. There is a plunge pool on the roof which was a welcome bonus after a long hot day sightseeing!! There is a coffee station near reception which guests can use free of charge and the whole hotel is bright & modern and filled with artworks. All in all a really good city hotel which we will be happy to revisit.

"Standard in every way"
Makel199, 11 Juin 2018

This hotel is ok in every way. There isn't really anything to complain about, but at at the same time there isn't anything special either. The facilities are ok. Clean, but a bit boring. The bed and the pillows could have been softer.

"Nice staff, modern lobby"
conjuror88, 25 Mai 2018

Arrived via Italo train which is about a 10 minute walk on a grotty, dirty area. Don't know why they've did not book us in Best Western Genio, across the train station, restaurants, etc. Lobby has modern furniture, beautiful but not comfortable. Breakfast included with the usual crostatas, eggs and waffles you have to cook yourself, fruit bowl had stale fruits, just eat the fresh kiwi and apple, coffee ok, pancakes not warm, sausage some cut in slices already ? Cereal, cookies, and biscuits, you can eat outside in the garden. Claudio very professional and kind checking us in and took his time. Others also on the front desk were helpful. Given a nice room, TV has lots of channels, keys are old style- actual keys. Toilet had the usual amenities, hot towel rack, bidet, clean but dated. Rom had hardwood floors and a desk, great and helpful Wi if is a bit spotty at times, best is early morning or in the lobby. Only bonus is the free shuttle that goes to the Torino factory outlet is in front of the hotel and also the return. The Torino factory outlet is a must go. Just wish this hotel was closer to the train, does not look safe at night for walking, kind of seedy area.

"Excellent customer service in a comfortable hotel."
Audra B, 28 Avril 2018

My Family and I, recently stayed for 3 nights in April 2018 to attend a Juventus football game. Although the hotel is not close by the Stadium: unground and bus transportation to and from was easy to navigate thanks to the hotel staff. They provided us written directions in English. I do believe they provide directions in other languages as well. This was very helpful. This saved us a lot of money on cab fare. We would like to thank all the staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was always so friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Ricardo for the outstanding customer service he provided my family. He is a very knowledgeable, good understanding of English and overall a very genuine person. We are currently travelling through Italy; hotel is close to the train station. You can easily walk to the hotel despite the road being bumpy and the sidewalk is narrow at points. (Florence was way more bumpier and narrower than the hotel road). The location is in a rougher part of town but not once did we feel uncomfortable, even traveling home at 11 pm on the underground. Good restaurants across the street. Best pizza we have had so far in 1.5 weeks has been at Giampys across the street. We ate there two nights out of the three. There also is a CRAI across the street to pick up snacks, water and milk for your room fridge. We found the hotel very modern and clean. A good variety of food choices for breakfast in a large room. The in-room safe is very large. Best pillows so far in our travels in Italy. The only negatives about the hotel is that the air conditioning was not allowed on yet due to a city bilaw not allowing the it on until May. We had to keep our windows open at night. The street noise was very loud well into the night. Street noise is minimal with the windows closed.

"Just about ok!"
RAJU007, 18 Mars 2018

Stayed here for 3 nights. My room was extremely warm. Had to keep the windows open to let the cool air come. I complained once to reception but they just came to switch the heating off. It still did not resolve the issue. Some people have commented on the area being a little dodgy. I think the walk from Puerto nuova station along the road is a bit shady/dodgy. The main plus point is that it's right next to Marconi metro and walking distance to the centre and all the sights. From and to the airport take sadem bus to puerto nuova station. 6.50 euros if you buy the ticket in the shop prior to boarding. When you get off at puerto nuova, cross the station and turn right to Via Nizza. Keep walking for about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotels opposite Giampy and Taj Mahal restaurents once you cross Marconi metro. The staff are fri3ndly. They suggested eating at Giampy which I personally didn't as it looked empty during the 3 days. There are numerous eateries near by. The best pizza i had was at Frattelli pummaro!! Enjoy Turin..

"OK, nothing special"
SaraCorner, 18 Février 2018

A bit out of the way, although handyish for Porta Nuova railway station; not a great walk with a suitcase as the pavement was especially uneven and narrow in places. Reception staff were good, but when we asked for milk to go with the advertised all day free tea and coffee we were told to ask again in the morning as there was none - this was late afternoons, so not overly helpful. The hotel bedroom was OK, although some milk to go with the tea and coffee would have been good - are we the only people having milk in Turin? Our first morning were came down towards the end of breakfast service (we'd been up since 4am the day before) and, although the hotel should have known there were still guests who could have come for breakfast everything was down the the last dregs. A good thing both of us did't want that one last croissant! The eggs looked like they had been cooked at the beginning of service and left there - very unappetising. Whilst we were eating the staff were clearing away so even wen we went to get more it had been taken. Would not recommend this hotel.

"Over the average in Turin "
Riccardo B, 10 Décembre 2017

Highly professional staff modern environment close to the tube and train stations, and walking distance from the city centre. Great breakfast and decent rooms for a four star hotel. We really had good time.

"All about the service"
Jared B, 26 Novembre 2017

Stayed for two nights. (Sat and sun) Positives: excellent service, went above and beyond by offering to print tickets to sports event, speaking to our cab driver on the phone and giving some great tips on getting around. We arrived early but they were very accommodating and gave us coffee and let us check in earlier than the advertised time which was so nice!!! Negatives: chose this place partially for some of the advertised amenities. Jacuzzi closes at 9 on a Saturday and is closed all day Sunday! Roof was not accessible at all. Those two things were disappointing simply because it was what initially set the place apart from our other options. Overall would highly recommend and would probably stay here again next time. The coffee was really good too!

"Hotel not 4 star"
BristolUKBristol, 30 Octobre 2017

The hotel is not in a very good area, we arrived to be told there was no restaurant on site and as Sunday not much open. The reception area etc were very contemporary but the rooms a mis-match. Plus was the room was a good size. There was only one staff member on that had to do everything, however she was extremely helpful and friendly, the best bit of the hotel. 19E to park in a very dark underground car park. The breakfast was awful, the eggs were congealed not sure how long they had been there.

"4 star hotel,with 5 star staff"
Tony77769, 27 Octobre 2017

Lobby area is ultra modern, loved it...... breakfast room, too very beautiful. Breakfast was very good with staff there really kind and sweet!! Reception staff, too, veryyyyy helpful and professional, especially Elisabetta,Claudio,Riccardo and others too!!! Big rooms cleaned by great house keeping. GRAZIE A TUTTI DA MALTA!!

"Great hotel "
Warrington_UKVicky, 05 Septembre 2017

When you check in to your room and it's fresh, clean, spacious and well-equipped and you know you're going to be comfortable and get a good night's sleep. Great hotel, great staff. We didn't stop for breakfast as we had to get on the road early. We did walk into the centre of Turin and whilst it's not the prettiest road it wasn't threatening.

"Great welcome and stay"
merv1955, 10 Août 2017

We had 4 nights in Turin recently and had got the bus from airport and walked from station - in 37C temperatures - so arrived a bit hot and bothered. Staff on the desk were great, got us a cool welcoming drink, asked about the journey and explained a bit about the hotel and things to do in Turin. Area from station to hotel is not too pleasant but there are lots of restaurants and bars hidden down sidestreets. Decor in the hotel was tremendous, with lots of modern art dotted around, very modernistic and spotlessly clean. We had a very pleasant modern and clean room which had everything we needed in it - everything worked, no blocked sink or other frequent problems elsewhere. Only issue was the a/c was struggling a bit at 37C but that's to be expected. Breakfast items were very varied and you could sit outside in a pleasant courtyard. Would defintiely stay again and recommend to others.

"Helpful staff and great breakfast!"
ReeBee86, 02 Août 2017

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is around a 20min walk into the centre of Turin but staff gave directions and booked cabs as/when needed. The pool is small but we had it to ourself every afternoon. The selection of food available at breakfast is great - everything you could ever want! Would happily stay here again.

"That breakfast buffet!"
Baker_Bowie, 18 Juillet 2017

The staff were very accommodating when we arrived an hour before check in and gave us lots of options of things we could do while we waited for a room to be ready. The only problem with the room was that the air conditioner didnt seem to be connected to the control panel and the room just would not cool down! The huge plus to this hotel was the 5 euro breakfast buffet. It was easily one of the best breakfasts ive had in Europe!

"Perfect for my needs and excellent value for money"
Sheena M, 09 Juillet 2017

I had gone to Turin for just 2 days in order to see an opera at Teatro Regio Torino and I wanted somewhere clean, quiet, out of the centre and near the park and river, and near a good supermarket since I have to prepare my own food. Best Western Executive Suites ticked all the points on my wish list. I'd arranged an airport transfer with the hotel and I'd definitely recommend this. Not only is it convenient but the driver was nice, the price reasonable but I did notice, on leaving the airport, that there was a long queue for taxi's in front of the airport. I'd asked for a top floor, quiet room and my Business Suite was on the top floor in the building to the rear of the hotel. It was very clean and quiet – of course, you hear the occasional scrape of a chair from a neighbour but I hear no noise from TVs, other guests in neighbouring rooms or the street outside. The air con unit, a wall unit under the window, was, however, a little too noisy to have on whilst watching TV or whilst sleeping but I prefer to have the window open wherever I am, if possible. This was fine for me as I didn't feel too hot and there was no street noise. The air con worked well at other times and was good for keeping the room cool whilst I was out. The bed was nice and firm and the pillows comfortable too. Whilst the TV channels – there is a huge number! – are mostly Italian, there are several American/English language channels. The layout and space was good for me, as a solo traveller though the shower unit felt a bit small - that said, I think that is because I am used to an ‘open plan' type of shower. The staff were helpful prior to arrival via e-mail and during my stay. The WiFi is free, though a bit slow and unstable at times. I was, however, able to watch programmes on Netflix on my laptop with no problems. For those, like me, who need or prefer to make their own food, having the small kitchen unit is perfect. For foodies who prefer to eat out, there is a good selection of restaurants within 10-15 minutes' walk and the hotel has detailed information and recommendations about local eateries. There is room service at the hotel and you can pay a small charge for the breakfast buffet (which I didn't try but I saw it and it looked lovely with a good selection) but, other than that, there is no evening restaurant within the hotel. The hotel is about 25-35 minutes' walk from the centre of Turin. I didn't explore public transport options. The main road into Turin is not in a great area, it's a bit run down so it's not a ‘pretty' walk but I never had any problems. About 10-15 minutes' walk in the opposite direction is an excellent Carrefour supermarket, selling a wonderful array of standard and organic and speciality diet foods. Having walked round the centre of Turin and seen the location of other hotels, I'd definitely recommend Best Western Executive Suites because it's so much quieter and the river and a lovely park, not to mention excellent value for money.. I'll certainly come back to this hotel if, as I hope, I come back to Turin next year.

"Everything we needed"
dresnboots, 20 Juin 2017

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful visit. It was very clean and bigger than any of our other rooms during this Europe visit. We enjoyed having a desk with WiFi, a sofa, a fridge to keep things cold, and a coffee maker. The desk attendants were very helpful, albeit not quite as friendly as our other hotels. We enjoyed the breakfast (eggs, cold and hot meats, cheese, fruit salad, waffles, pastries, yogurts, jams, Nutella). (I happily had enough non-carb items to eat at breakfast.) We also frequented a corner store nearby for fruit, cheese, etc to keep in the room for snacks. The front desk recommended the Egyptian museum, which we enjoyed, and was walking distance for the average person. (Unless you have trouble walking.) Overall, we were very pleased with this choice.

"Very nice hotel"
N A, 16 Juin 2017

The area of the hotel is quite good, not only cause it is close to san salvario which is full of bars and restaurants but also close to the way to exit torino and go direction Moncalieri if you are there for work. The personnel was quite polite when i arrived very late to check in. The people in the breakfast room were a bit strange but it's ok. Room was nice, clean, quite a nice size for a business trip and not noisy and breakfast quite good. I would go back.

"Close to train station, quiet and clean"
XineF, 11 Juin 2017

Check-in staff were excellent and helpful. Easy walk from train station. Right by Metro stop. Room was well appointed, quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was inexpensive and good. Variety of food available.

"Great hotel in good location"
ketoprofene17, 08 Mai 2017

I stayed here for a business trip in Turin. The hotel is excellent, rooms are quiet, very spacious and have all the necessary amenities. Prices aren't too high, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was simply amazing with all the products being sourced from Italian suppliers. Location is also very good, 5 minutes walk from the central station and 10 minutes walk from the historic centre of town. I would definitely stay here if I'll be in Turin again.

"Good hotel kverall"
fstiffan, 20 Avril 2017

Service was quite good, the staff is very helpful and tries to make you feel comfortable. The walk from the main station to the hotel is quite lengthy so, if your suitcase is not on wheels, take a taxi. My room was quite tiny with a small desk and a kitchen-in-a-closet. Personally I would have preferred a larger working space than a less than usable kitchen. The bathroom had the basic amenities and there too, was tight. Overall okay for a short stay.

"Great hotel"
tomers75, 12 Avril 2017

We arrived for just 1 night and we were very pleased. The room is clean and looks new, the bathroom is also. Free WIFI at the room, and very kind and assistant services. The breakfast was delicious as well. The location is 5 minutes walking from the Porta Nouva train station, and there is also very nice street bar 2 streets from the hotel.

"Surprisingly great"
brooksie22, 08 Avril 2017

Location was perfect for walking to the office. Plenty of restaurants around. Service by staff was exemplary, breakfast was great. Rooms small but quiet and clean and had everything you need. Very helpful staff.

"good hotel"
iloncik86, 03 Avril 2017

Great hotel, very clean rooms , friendly staff, good breakfast. 5-7 min walk from the station Porto Nuova. Rooms good size, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. everything in working order. Room servicr is available on request

"Quite expensive but very helpful staff! "
HappyTraveller421, 14 Janvier 2017

Stayed for a weekend to visit the city. Hotel is pretty well situated, about 20 minutes to walk into the centre and just 10 minutes to the station. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast cost extra but was very reasonable at just 5 euros and good selection (eggs, bacon, cereals, smoothie maker, bread, cakes, cheese, spreads). We were unlucky the first morning because of cigarette smoke coming in from another room (hotel is non smoking) and a problem with the hot water (we arrived during a cold snap and the heating broke) but the staff were really excellent. They kept us well informed and upgraded us to one of the nicest rooms in the hotel for our second night. Parking is unfortunately an expensive optional extra (19euros per night) on top of pricey room rates but useful given the extensive restrictions on nearby streets.

"Modern hotel conveniently located"
TommyPeeler, 04 Janvier 2017

Stayed in Turin for two nights with my girlfriend over the christmas period. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the central station and a further ten minutes from the centre of Turin (walking), it is very conveniently placed. We walked back both nights past midnight and felt safe in the local area. The hotel itself is nice and modern with good size rooms and facilities. One evening we wished to use the spa area which was closed and the staff happily opened it for us. The breakfast is only 5 euros each per night with a great selection of hot and cold food, the staff were great during this as well. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

"Nice hotel in Torino"
Luc-Tassignon, 08 Décembre 2016

The hotel is close to city center, where you can take very good breakfast. There is an excellent bed in a well equiped room, with coffee and tea free of charge. Staff very helpfull, even when your bathroom door is blocked at 11.30pm :-).

"Very helpful"
David A, 11 Novembre 2016

This is a very smart hotel just by the station. The room was on the busy street but was not affected but the usual noise. We had unusual parking requirements but the staff were very accommodating and helpful with regard to this allowing us to use the garage area. The room was very modern with good quality fittings and television. The staff recommended very nice on street restaurant a few minutes walk down from the hotel which served good quality food and was great value for money. Having a couple of hours to kill in the morning I had a stroll through the streets to the riverside park which is only 5 minutes walk. I then made my way towards the main shopping area which again was close by. A nice experience and would recommend this hotel, a bit of a bargain for the price...

"Decent hotel, near Torino Porta Nuovo"
HoyaSaxaBuckeye, 05 Novembre 2016

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. The hotel is about 800 m from Porta Nuovo train station. It's an easy walk. Basically turn right out of the front of the station and stay on the station side of Via Nizza. It's rather bumpy if you are pulling your bags behind you. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room, a single, was smallish, but clean and modern. Bed slept fine. No problems with any of the electronics. My one problem with the room was that the shower drain seemed to back up and spill over when I took a longish shower. I did not eat the breakfast. So, no intell there. Public transport is within a short walk in either direction. If you walk left out of the front door, make the first right, there is a tram that will take you into the city on the railroad track side of the street. I had less luck with the return trip and usually ended up walking back from Porta Nuovo. Check out was relatively easy. Left my luggage and walked around town on my final day and no problems with my luggage when I retrieved. Given the choice, I would define consider staying there again should I return to Turin.

"Short visit to Turin"
50DanielC, 26 Octobre 2016

the hotel was located close to the main train station and there a bus stand close by. the bus # 61 takes you right into the heart of the city center where is the main shopping area and places of interest are located.

"Book Direct and receive extra options"
Amy K, 16 Octobre 2016

we were a family of 3 spending one night in Turing and found or stay here more than we ever expected. I booked via email and discovered we had added breakfast and free tickets to Egyptian Museum. Handy to take out areas and all public transport. Will stay again if we go back.

"Nice and clean"
Carole L, 10 Octobre 2016

Great reception at the hotel from a polite and useful young man speaking English and French. Fair size room (executive or business suite), very clean, nice bathroom with small but enjoyable shower. Great breakfast buffet. Only downside is that the hotel is reasonably close from attractions but in a somewhat unattractive neighborhood. There is parking for 19 EUR. We loved Turin and were really comfortable at this hotel. We went to Ristorante Alba and Due Mondi for dinner, two restaurants that we enjoyed and that are close by.

"Excellent service but dated rooms"
RKre, 27 Septembre 2016

The service at this hotel is just excellent, as well as the lobby design and services. This could be a great hotel if the rooms (our my particular room No. 405) was up to date lodging requirements and the price. I suppose however, that the executive rooms could be of higher quality.

"Great Hotel"
davewhite, 17 Septembre 2016

Stayed for a couple of nights. Rooms are spot on and cosy. Bathroom very modern and functional. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of hot and cold food. Particularly liked the cold meats. Nice little number with helpful staff and just 5 mins walk to the square.

"Good hotel in TUrin"
Jean-Michel2a, 13 Septembre 2016

Hotel is situated not too far away from the train station and within walking distance of the centre. Area has good restaurants. Room are nice and clean. Hotel has small rooftop pool and breakfast was nice. Reception area is also very nice. Staff was very helpful and dinner recommendation was very good. Will certainly use the hotel again next time I'm in Turin.

"A five star experience in Turin"
Lauren A, 11 Septembre 2016

The best hotel stay of my whole Italy trip. And for the deal I got online I couldn't really believe it! Number 28 on Via Nizza it's about 10 minute walk from the train station or you can metro it easily. A large dark grey building - it stands out from the crowd. Hotel facilities are awesome a bar, pool, gym, business area, lounge/sitting area. Rooms are beautiful and modern- bed oh so comfortable. There is a small desk, safe, bar fridge, cupboard. Great bathroom (phone by the toilet? Emergencies or dial a friend perhaps!). Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Turin itself is a must see city! As a solo female traveller I felt fine trekking to and from the city on via Nizza, including after dinner. Parking also available at the hotel if needed and the breakfast was so good!

"A little cozy apartment"
Lucia M, 20 Août 2016

This is not a tipical hotel but a very nice place in the center of Turin. My room was big, with two tv (one huge) and the possibility to prepare tea and herbal teas. Good breakfast that can be done outside if the wheater permits it. A hydromassage pool on the top allows the customer to relax in the warm season until evening.

"Decent business hotel in Turin"
TomTraveler12, 30 Juillet 2016

Hotel was a decent basic hotel for business travelers. Room was small but clean. Relatively close to the main restaurants and sites. Would recommend this hotel for a short business stay. Longer stays may be challenging due to the smaller rooms.

"Amazing Hotel"
sockman2, 24 Juillet 2016

Amazing Hotel excellent service from staff at reception, The room was huge and very luxurious. We opted for the breakfast at an extra cost but the price was so amazingly cheap we didn't expect much and we're very happy to be proved wrong there was an excellent choice of everything I've never seen such a great breakfast for honestly such a cheap price you won't believe it we couldn't. It was our first stay at a Best Western Hotel and after staying here we will definitely stay at Them in future.

"Convinient, but a bit strange hotel"
Yuval D, 16 Juillet 2016

3-5 minutes walk from Marcony M station. The architecture and internal decoration is very eclectic, with spacious public areas. The breakfast really caters to the taste of almost everyone, and offers a second to none selection. We got upgraded to an executive room which is really spacious and if you need to work or stay for a longer period there's a table and hidden kitchenette. The bathroom is very small though. Parking is pricey! Not sure how continent it is during a conference or a company's event, but all is all nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast.

"Un hotel di prima classe e un'esperienza eccezionale. An hotel that provtded us with an unforgettable stay."
Gi0vanni, 20 Juin 2016

Our flight from London was delayed by over two hours and when we arrived at Milano Centrale, our pre-booked tickets for frecciabianca were no longer valid and we had to buy two more- an additional expense and a procedure we had hoped to avoid by booking on the internet using my freccia card. By the time we arrived at the hotel,we were tired and hungry and we needed something fairly special to lift our spirits. Ecco! the receptionist told us we had been upgraded to a suite. When we arrived in our suite we were really impressed with the quality of the accommodation and began to feel that life might be worth living after all. We were too tired to consider the journey to the ristorante we had chosen in advance, so we asked the receptionist about the trattoria/pizzeria opposite the hotel, thinking that at that stage all we wanted was something to ease the discomfort of travelling and being without food for twelve hours. The receptionist suggested that Giampy (q.v.) was better than that, and we had a wonderful meal and we returned for a good night's sleep thinking that life was decidedly better than it had seemed two hours previously. Breakfast was of a very high standard. The choice was extensive, everything was fresh and the hotel obviously took pride in using local produce. La cameriera was helpful and brought us two cappuccini of good quality coffee and even helped with my difficulty in pronouncing "cucchiaino" for my boiled eggs.Throughout our stay , the staff were helpful and friendly and when we pointed out a problem with a bedside lamp, we returned to find it had been fixed in our absence very promptly. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and, apart from a slight problem concerning the cost of breakfast, very quickly and amicably resolved by the receptionist, I cannot praise too highly this hotel. Had I been able to do so, I would have wished to compliment the Manager on its high quality. This was our first visit to Torino, and I am already under pressure to come again, and if we can get another special deal with a suite, I shall be in no position to refuse- nor would I wish to do so. Vorrei ringraziarvi tutti di cuore per il vostro aiuto e la vostra gentilezza, specialmente colui che ci ha assegnato la suite. Speriamo tornare.

"Breathing night air from Turin Alps"
zorbao, 15 Juin 2016

It was a pleasure to be a guest of Best Western Plus Executive Hotel near center of Turin, near Parco del Valentino, near metro station and Stazione di Porta Nuova! So - you`re close to every important part of Turin, even you wan`t use car, bus, metro or tram. It`s about 10 minutes by foot to Via Roma, to Valentino Castle, to Po river. It`s a nice hotel, really class of business service. Professional staff, very nice room, which was completely cleaned every day, like you are entering room for the first time every day. Nice organised space, with modern and interesting interior. Maybe it would be nicer, but only maybe, to have more breakfast options (when you stay more than 2 or 3 days), but who cares for breakfast when you are in Turin. Being in Turin is worth every euro cent you spend there/here! Great place for resting after intensive business day, for sleeping / with open window during the night, because you have direct fresh air from Turin and Italian Alps! Is there better air somewhere :) ?

"Turin's Best Kept Secret!"
Ian K, 01 Juin 2016

Arriving at the Hotel one wondered what awaited us, only to be pleasantly surprised and welcomed into the Executive Suites. The Carpark was a challenge but managed and having secure parking is a bonus. Excellent room, ability to sleep with an open window and space to spread out! What else could one want? The Breakfast was excellent, as well.

"Nice hotel in a great location!"
raquelbd, 13 Mai 2016

Excellent location near the metro. Friendly and helpful staff ready to attend to all your needs. Rich and tasty breakfast. Nice little gym (if you need a more "pro" one, it's available free adjacently).

"Well decorated, simple & good"
lee r, 07 Mai 2016

The atmosphere is a kind of modern business hotel, and the staff was professional & kind. Room's nice. Spacious and practical, with a nice bathroom and shower. It's also located right next to san salvario- the nightlife hotspot of Turin. Would definately stay here again.

"Turin Best Western"
johngerard2016, 05 Mai 2016

Excellent customer service from staff, hotel very clean and breakfast very good. Get metro one stop from Marconi to Porta Nuova or get taxi to go into town as walk between Hotel and old town perilous at night

"Great hotel "
robrocket113, 05 Mai 2016

Stayed for a meeting and room was spacious and wifi worked well and breakfast excellent. Two minutes from metro and only 10 minutes walk to beginning of Turin centre. Gym - cardio equipment in good working order too. Front desk was great for restaurant bookings and went out of their way to find one when almost all closed on a public holiday. Super friendly and professional people. Would definitely stay there again.

"Very good quiet hotel not far from town centre"
p3aud, 17 Avril 2016

We were given an executive suite on the first floor facing the road. The noise was not excessive from the street and there was very little noise in the hotel itself. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and very clean with a huge bathroom. My husband was working some of the time and I went out walking alone a lot. As others have said, the route to the town centre along the Via Nizza up to Porta Nuova felt a bit dodgy on the side of the street opposite the hotel but no-one bothered me. The beggars in the town centre did though - they hounded you and made me feel very uncomfortable. They seem to have free rein in the city to go and beg in the restaurants etc. Parking in the underground car park costs 19 euros per day but at least you don't have to try and find a parking space on the street. A restaurant in the hotel would have been good.

"A reasonably good property but a bit far from the city highlights"
davidlocke2015, 29 Mars 2016

The hotel appears to have been renovated fairly recently and the rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. We were given a cordial welcome on Easter weekend when the hotel was more or less full. As a result, we had limited choice on room location and our room fronted onto the busy via Nizza. Still, the noise from the street was not excessive and didn't interrupt our sleep. Our room was relatively spacious and well-equipped. Bathroom space was a bit cramped but acceptable. Breakfast buffet, which we had purchased in advance, was varied and generous. We found the walk to the city centre and back again a bit tedious after having done it a couple of times on the same day. As well, the route along the via Nizza up to Porta Nuova has the feeling of a bit of a no-mans land so we searched for and found alternate routes that had a friendlier and cleaner appearance.

"a good place to stay away from the town centre"
rednaxela13, 15 Mars 2016

The hotel is located a short metro ride away from the historic centre, but in a nevertheless interesting part of town with plenty of restaurants etc within walking distance. The rooms themselves are reasonably spacious and modern, and the facilities are good (although there is no restaurant in the hotel itself).

"Great hotel & great staff"
MaximBezembinder, 17 Novembre 2015

Lovely run hotel, a few minutes from Porta Nuova Station, within easy walking distance of the city centre, this hotel offers everything you could wish for for a business vist. Nice room, lovely bed, very clean, fantastic shower. And above all, very helpful staff! Recommended!

"Great Hotel in Turin"
Karelcermak, 01 Novembre 2015

I have stayed in this hotel for more or less one month. And it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Porta Nuova train station and many nearby restaurants. I believe what makes a difference in this hotel is the staff. Always smiling and always helpful. I travel a lot and especially for business and longer period of time. And this was one my best experiences I had so far. All the small things (like luggage in your room after weekend check-out, always the same room kept) made this a truly great experience

"Brilliant stay. "
DangerousPaddy, 26 Octobre 2015

I'm sitting in the airport now having just checked out and it is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My wife and I booked a city break in turin for our first wedding anniversary and we couldn't be more pleased with this hotel. The hotel is very modern and incredibly well maintained. The place was spotlessly clean and rooms cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful for giving us idea's about what to do in the city. The morning's breakfast is well worth pre booking and the same standard of service is received there. They really do a great job and it was definitely our pleasure to have stayed here.

"Defenetly will return again !"
ronitp, 23 Septembre 2015

Have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at begining of Sep 2015 we came with a car, and the hotel was easy to reach. it was very convinient , as the hotel is not in the old part of the city center ,which is problematic , if you are not citizen of the city, then you might get huge penatly, like we had last year when we stayed in the old part of the city. The hotel has a verylarge parcking , so it was very good to those who come with the car. The hotel it self looks like it is for buss one but we enjoyed it as it was queit and modern. The stuff was very helpfull, and welcoming. Room was large, accomodated and very comftable and pleasent. Breakfast was very good, large varaetied, pleasent and service was very good. In overall, enjoyed the stay and we will defently return back to this hotel !

"Bad experience"
NielsWannJensen1962, 15 Septembre 2015

Air con, didn't work, sink was stopped, SPA was dirty, declined to give points, although I am a member of Best Western hotels - we will never stay there again Nobody were able to help these things to work again

"Good Hotel"
Sara C, 30 Août 2015

It is far away from the main area of the city however the hotel is clean and close to the train station, staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it for a short stay. Internet was good.

"Good hotel, slightly dodgy location "
Samantha S, 24 Août 2015

Really like the hotel. We were originally booked in a twin bed by mistake so they upgraded us to a suite because we were on honeymoon! My only issue is to get into the main town, we had to walk to a slightly dodgy area. There was a lot of graffiti and some scary moments but once in Turin it was really nice. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great.

"Everything was great!"
travelfoodlovelife, 10 Août 2015

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. It was well located, and easy to get to from the airport. A coach from the airport to Porto Nuovo and a short walk from there. It was very close to some brilliant restaurants, our favourites were Botego Baretti and Mon Amour Cucina & Co and an excellent gelato shop called La Romana. A Carrefour Express supermarket was located a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast offering was brilliant - lots of variety: pancakes, waffles, croissants, fruit, eggs, cheese, cold cuts of meat, bread, cakes, pies, yogurt, teas, coffee, juices. The service from the staff was impeccable. It was served til 10am on weekdays and 10.30 on weekends. We were offered an upgrade on the room when we arrived, and and opted to go for the "Junior Suite" - a really spacious room with a minibar, sofa, desk, huge bed and a well appointed bathroom. It was most definitely worth the the money. The room was cleaned daily and the housekeepers were very polite. There is a pool and roof terrace with sunbeds, sun umbrella and fresh towels, with a small pool. We spent everyday on the terrace, and there was no-one else up there so it was almost like having a private area! So relaxing. The only downsides we found were that the WiFi was very slow and the air conditioning didn't seem work very well. Even when turned up to full power, the room still felt quite hot. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Turin for business or leisure.
