    « Nice Update »

This motel has been remodeled since our last stay, and it is nicely done. Our room was very clean, roomy, and quiet. Bed was comfortable, and had numerous pillows. A little stingy on the towels. Rooms open to the parking lot for loading and unloading convenience. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a small store that offered quite a few items, so you don't have to go out for small purchases. Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. Will stay here again.

Very clean room, excellent staff...friendly, welcoming, helpful. We could not ask for better staff! They also offer an awesome complementary HOT breakfast! Definitely the best in the area! Also, pet friendly. We were very impressed & will definitely stay again!

    « Yuck! »

I had to stay here for an entire week for work. Not much other choice in Stuttgart. This hotel is nasty. My room had flys, dirty walls, and pen marks on the sheets. I even saw what I'm pretty sure is pet hair on my sheets. I stayed a whole week and not once did they change my sheets. Gross! The room is depressing. Dark brown wall and dark bedspread, so sad. I never want to go back. The mini fridge was nice. Probably the best part of my room. The microwave had flys in it. ?? oh and when the bad thunderstorms came in and knocked out the power this hotel doesn't have a back up plan. Had to get dressed in the dark. No electricity. This is a hotel get it together!! One of the lamps didn't work and half of the plugs didn't work. They did have a free breakfast. The bagels were ok a little dry, eggs were disgusting, and the waffles were ok. I don't think they clean the waffle machine. I think it's time to bulldoze this place and start over.

« Best hotel in town! »

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and wonderful. My room looked brand new and the bed was very comfortable. The cost of my stay made it a great value! I will definitely stay here every time I return to Stuttgart.

    « Great place »

The Quality Inn in Stuttgart has always been very nice and accommodating to my friends and I when we stay here. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is always nice and looks presentable. The new General Manager, Hillary, went above and beyond any expectations that we had to make sure we had what we needed during our stay. The desk clerks and housekeeping staff were very professional, as always. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The young lady at breakfast was so sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed the free breakfast and the cookies at check in. It is our go to hotel when we visit Stuttgart with our jobs.

« Excellent stay in Stuttgart, Arkansas »

The staff at the Quality Inn was by far the most professional and accommodating I have encountered for a value chain. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. The young lady working breakfast was very good and helped me make waffles. I had the opportunity to meet the General Manager at checkout and she is so delightful. Unfortunately, this will be my last time in Stuttgart due to a family member passing away. I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Stuttgart.

    « Impressed! »

We had not been to this facility in 2 years, so we were truly impressed with the remodeling that has occurred. Good job! I was most impressed with the front desk clerk, Angela Young. Great service and had all the answers. Enjoyed our vacation!

    « Very Pleased »

I stayed at the Quality Inn on July 2, 2016 and i was very pleased. The hotel and the room was very nice. The young lady that worked the desk at night and into the morning was very polite and helpful. She treated her job like she genuinely loved it and enjoyed doing her job. She was also there when I came down for breakfast and it was wonderful. I love going to a business and the employees have a passion for what they do. I would recommend anyone to stay there if they were traveling to Stuttgart. The room was very clean and I love the way they have been remodeled.Very pleased with the service and the quality of the rooms.

« Great place to stay »

I was travelling from Texas to Stuttgart Arkansas to visit with family and didn't have reservations. Two days before my trip I called different hotels to see if they would and could accommodate me and my husband. After contacting the Quality Inn I knew this was the place for us. The accommodations for a small town achieved large town status. Indoor pool, daily breakfast is delicious and we'll prepared, rooms are super clean and the towels were a pleasant surprise because they were soft and very clean. The most important contribution to this 5 star rating is the customer service. In a word customer service is "AWESOME". I am visiting and wanted to invite family out to the heated indoor pool for fun and management accommodated my every request. I will stay here for every visit. Thank you quality Inn for a great vacation.

« They want your business »

After The Day's End cancelled our reservation because they over booked, the quality inn welcomed our business and said we were not the only one who received the same disrespect as we did with The Days Inn.

    « GREAT STAY! »

Everything was perfect. No complaints. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Pool was very convenient and our kids enjoyed every second. BBQ Competition which we competed in was very close by! Easy access to restaurants etc. Great Stay.

    « Decent hotel - great pool! »

We stayed at the Best Western Duck Inn this past week, it was the only hotel in the area that had an indoor pool - which is a must when traveling with children. We were greeted upon arrival, the lobby area was clean and the desk staff were friendly. The rooms were partially upgraded, everything but the bathroom area. The bathroom was very run down, drippy faucets, toilet lids that didn't fit, etc. the rooms weren't all that cleaned, but we were told at check out that they were having issues with the cleaning staff. They had a nice patio area (but needed to be cleaned, weeds pulled, chairs put away nicely - this never happen), but it was an sitting area, close to the pool. The pool/pool deck was nice - the kids really enjoyed it. I would most likely go back, but would be more demanding when it came to cleanliness of rooms.

« Always takes care of us »

Great place to stay. The hotel management and staff takes care of any issue that we may have whenever we visit. I love the remodeled rooms. Our boys love the indoor pool. It's never crowded. Whenever we are in town, we will be staying at this hotel.

« Best place to stay »

Don't look around, there is no place better. The rooms are newly remodeled and the staff is great. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Its also in a great location to the rest of the business and dinning establishments in Stuttgart. The breakfast at the Duck Inn is just as good as the place your staying. If you have any problems (which is very doubtful), just ask for Natalie, she is awesome and can take care of anything! Enjoy your stay!

    « Nice Property »

Better than I expected, free wifi , breakfast, and nice staff. I loved it! The kids didn't like the fact that the pool was closed, but that was alright with me. When I rode past I was worried, but when we entered the room I was shocked. I work for Marriott, so my hotel standards are high. Let me tell you I didn't think I was in the Best Western! They definitely stepped their game up! The rooms were equipped with large fridges and a microwave. The modern feel was just what we needed..

« Too expensive for what you get. »

Bathroom could have been much cleaner. Price should have been much less. The facility advertised both an outdoor and indoor pool and they had neither. Woman who checked up in and out was wonderful! She was the saving grace of the motel. Will not stay there again.

    « Terrible »

Booked through hotels.com. When we arrived one of the guys who drove got a razor blade in his tire in the parking lot. Then the first night I woke up and found bed bugs on my pillows and sheets. Took one to the front desk in a water bottle and then the guy working the front desk came and collected a couple more. They told me to call the manager. When I got back I switched rooms but when I asked to be refunded for the first night they told me they couldn't since I booked through a third party website. Talked to the manager the second day and he denied it was bed bugs and that I didn't know what I was talking about since you "need a black light" to see them. The lack of concern and denial of the bed bug problem is why I'm writing this review. But I'd avoid this hotel at all costs!

« Fly on by the Duck Inn »

At a hotel that has duck hunting in it's name, no accomodations for hunting boats. Rude reception. molded caulk on tub, leaking toilet with mud seeping onto bathroom floor, duck feathers behind the sitting chair in the room. One of the only "modern" hotels in town and they act like it!

« great place to stay »

I have always had a great experience staying at the Best Western Duck Inn in Stuttgart, AR. The room is always clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process is straightforward and pleasant. I would recommend this Inn to any one needing a place to stay.

    « Lovely property - I recommend!!! »

Staff was very courteous. Sleeping room had been recently remodeled and was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a good selection and had waffles along with very chipper "Good Mornings" from the staff. Overall a good two night stay. I would definitely stay again!!!

« Early breakfast for hunters »

Good hotel. Stayed here for a duck hunt. They have breakfast starting at 4:00 am. No complaints. Indoor pool was closed but this was during the winter months. The staff at front desk was not the most friendliest but she had to work New Year's eve so I can't blame her.

    « Great place »

I have stayed here extensively and have always been treated wonderfully. I am on a first name basis with the employees and they provide great service. The facility offers fresh popped corn in the lobby every evening and several things are offered to purchase to keep guests from having to go out if they choose not to.

    « Pleasantly surprised! »

We didn't feel like driving any more for the day, so we stopped in for the night. They weren't very busy for a Saturday night, which was fine with me. We were greeted by a very sweet lady at the front desk, who really seemed to care about us and our needs. We felt very welcomed! The rooms were very nice and beds are super comfortable. They offer a free hot breakfast, which to my delight was much more than expected. There was bacon, eggs, gravy and you can even make your own waffle. Coffee was very good as well. For us weary travelers, this was an oasis. Very glad we decided to stop here.

« Best Western Duck Inn »

The room was very nice and the bed was excellent. I usually don't sleep well the first night in a hotel but I had a great night's sleep. The front desk was very helpful. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast that was offered but would in the future. I would stay here again when I am in the area.

    « Standard small-town motel »

Pros: The room is tidy and clean. Highway sounds from outside are barely noticeable. Decorations are tasteful. There is coffee, a microwave, a mini fridge, and plenty of electrical outlets for gadgets in the room. Hot water is *very* hot, or maybe that's a con. Cons: This is a *motor* hotel - motel - so the entrances are to the outside of the building. Ordinarily not a problem, but this neighborhood has a bit of "character," with the gas station next door seeming to be a late-night gathering place for pedestrians and motorists alike. I felt a bit concerned about safety with the wanderers and my externally opening doors. I felt a bit safer having a second floor room. Breakfast is yawn, and closes early (to me) at 9. At check-in, the receptionist couldn't seem to manage a smile. The indoor pool was closed, and appeared in need of some maintenance. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in Stuttgart. I don't think the other options are much better, and most appear worse.

« Best available in town. »

Hotel was good for price, but should not expect anything spectacular in a small town like Stuttgart. Indoor pool was closed, as it was several years ago. It must have re-occurring problem. Breakfast is powdered scrambled eggs and the usual biscuits and pastries and the world's thinnest sliced bacon. All ok for free, but nothing to brag on. Room was clean and not bad decor, but wet area/toilet portion very small. Just standard fare for inexpensive hotel.

    « New rooms »

They have totally redone the place since I was here back in December. New rooms and new lobby. It looks wonderful. Staff was in point this stay and the breakfast was really good and fresh. We received top notch service from house keeping as well. Very pleased with our stay, we will certainly be back here soon. Keep up the great work guys!

    « Awful »

If we had not been so tired we would have left. Room had a strong Musty smell, bathroom was dirty, as was carpet. Beds were uncomfortable. Too top everything else off there was several barking dogs in the area as well as trains all night, very little sleep. Staff was not good.

« Good room and service. Poor breakfast »

The room and service was acceptable, but even McDonalds would have been a better breakfast option. The eggs, both scrambled and omlets, were cool, the buscuits were cold, as were the bacon and sausage. The juice bin was often out of one of the juices, and the waffle mix machine was out 2 of the 3 mornings and we were told that they were out completely and wouldn't be refilling it.

    « great place »

This is a great place to stay. Friendly service and nice rooms. They have an indoor pool and an outside private patio for guests. The offer a great breakfast and in the evening they offer fresh popcorn for their guests.

    « Arkansas in 21 days »

Got to hotel late after a long day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms face out on to walkway not interior of hotel which I usually don't like but it was late and I didn't feel like looking for another hotel. Room was cleaner and nicer than expected which was a pleasant surprise, I would stay here again if I was in the area again.

    « Good hotel »

Recently updated rooms. Great breakfast. Good wifi. Parking outside your room. There were two used towels left behind the bathroom door but room was cleaned and sheets were changed, just must of missed the towels. Staff was nice. Indoor pool but didn't have time to use it.
