Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel

Nice get away for a long weekend. Very comfortable rooms: we could have had one with a fireplace, opted for two queen beds with water view. Spacious breakfast area with very engaging staff members. Access to the pool/spa is a little convoluted, involving a walk through the basement foot. All in all, a very pleasant visit.

Location on the beach, great service and beds were comfortable. The breakfast could have been a little better but most of it was alright. They have a fire pit, you and your friends can enjoy and get to mingle with new people pretty cool.

You cannot beat this location and the most gorgeous setting overlooking the water. What makes it even better is the staff working there is like family. It was like a party and such a treasure to have experienced this just after the holidays.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. It was a quick overnight stay because of family plans. Did not have a chance to use any other facilities. Counter staff were very nice and helpful. We will probably stay here again when we have a family function in Silverdale Washington.

Check-in: Staff required 3 attempts to give me a key that worked and had no one already staying in the room. Stayed 3 nights, house keeping never entered or cleaned the room. Piles of dirty sheets stacked along the hallway in the morning. Stayed on the top floor, when it rained water leaked in and dripped down on the sheet metal enclosure of the bathroom vent, was so loud had to keep bathroom door closed.

We enjoyed our weekend at the Silverdale Beach Best Western very much. It is located on the water and upgrading to a water front room is worth it. But ask for one that does not overlook the roof, as ours did, that spoils the view. Breakfast is very good and the staff was very welcoming, and they kept hot food available. The dining room looks at the water. The pool is big and warm, as is the hot tub. Great for kids and adults. The town of Poulsbo is near by and very fun to visit. We would stay at this hotel again.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and accommodating. Also the complimentary breakfast is by far the best we've ever had. The cooks and staff stood out the most making every morning one of the best experiences we have had. Great options for breakfast as well as fresh home cooked food! Great for couples as well as families!

Welcoming staff (even to my dog) offering some really good cookies. Room was nicely appointed and spotless, beds very comfortable and a fantastic shower - water heated quickly and lots of it! Pretty view of the water and within walking distance of restaurants. There is also ample parking. For locals that are traveling, a shuttle stops here that will take you right to the airport. I have stayed here several times and appreciate the remodeling that has been done, the staff and the location.

Nice room. I had view of bay which is really nice. I was here because sister was in hospital for several days. The hotel offers a special rate for this situation. Good breakfast. Breakfast room has wonderful view.

Had another wonderful stay at BW+ Silverdale Beach. Always willing to accommodate our family. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Already planning our next trip.

This used to be a nice place, but it is very smelly, with extremely rude front desk staff. The rooms are dirty, the carpet stained and the nothing is maintained. We had no conditioner or body wash in the large dispensers in the shower - which I discovered after starting my shower! Husband called the desk, they were rude and said he had to come down to get the supplies since housekeeping couldn't come up to fill the dispensers. Since I was in the shower. Front desk staff were rarely at desk, people were always waiting in line with no way to let them know they were waiting. The hotel is disgusting now - the hallway smelled of feces for hours two separate times during our 3-day stay. Extremely disappointed. VERY overpriced for the state of this hotel now.

Stay provided good value. Rooms were clean and working. They are currently in the process of updating carpets and painting as it does need a refresh. Sitting outside looking at the Bay, shipping a beer while the sunset was pleasant. Only had one outside chair for the two of us however.

The service, rooms and breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I travel with a service dog and the grounds are great. The hotel restaurant is good, I only have eaten in there once, but it is always packed.

The staff was excellent, the location was great. We loved having room and a nice place to hang out outside. The lobby was nice. Upstairs was janky. Floor was gross and felt like it might fall through.

From reading some of the previous reviews, I was worried but decided to take a shot. We only stayed one night, and it was fine. - Compared to nearly hotels, I picked this one because it's located off the main street. I had a "city view" room facing the streets, and I heard no road noise. It was easy to sleep. - The room, furnishings, and bedding are fine. I paid for mid-range and received mid-range. One thing I don't like about newer places are the low flow shower heads. This place has the "high flow" shower heads. The AC worked great. WiFi worked. - Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The breakfast room is on the waterfront with view. The food choices were sufficient - waffle, bacon, eggs, yogurt, toast, apples and oranges, etc. The workers were real nice. - I saw the pool, and it looked small. Good for kids but not adults. In summary, if I need to be in Silverdale in the future, I will have no hesitation about staying here.

I am so incredibly disappointed in my stay at the Silverdale Best Western. I am shocked that the Best Western even put their name on this hotel. Once upon a time, this hotel used to be the top of the best place to stay in Silverdale. This hotel now is DISGUSTINGLY dirty. The carpet from the moment we stepped out of the elevator was sticky, it stunk, our room smelled (both rooms) smelled like dog pee, there was garbage in the hallways, the bathrooms had mold in them, the rooms themselves were dirty, the Hotel is so run down. Just gross. It is so sad to see this hotel in this condition. And then to see that the Best Western has now placed their name on it, is unbelievable. NEVER AGAIN.

I stayed 7 days. I grew up in this town and just recently moved. What was once a beautiful hotel is now falling apart and neglected. The carpets are absolutely filthy, and it's dated and the exterior is in disrepair. It was just me staying in my room, so I don't require a fresh room every day so I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. On the 4th day, I requested to have my room serviced (fresh sheets, towels, cleaned, and asked for toilet paper because I was almost out), and I was told housekeeping was too busy to do my room. On the 5th day I asked again and was told again that they were too busy. I made a little fuss and explained that I was completely out of toilet paper and would really like my room done. The lady at the front desk called housekeeping and they said they'd do it for me. Well, I came back to my room that evening and they had indeed changed the sheets on my bed, but that was it. The dirty sheets were left in a pile on the floor, the dirty towels were still in the bathroom, my trash & recycle bins were still overflowing (I'd been there 5 days, so it's to be expected), and I was still out of toilet paper. I went back down to the front desk and asked for towels and TP. He gave me TP, but I was told they were out of towels. I decided to put my trash and recycle bins outside (hoping they'd magically get emptied), and as I was doing that, a lady brought me 2 towels. I asked if she could take care of my trash, and she said no, because she just does laundry. The trash was eventually emptied the next afternoon about 4pm. It was sad to see, what used to be the best place in town, so neglected and poorly managed.

Went for a family wedding. This place was suggested by The Knot. It is a full service hotel, which met our needs: food on site, laundry, close parking. It is a gorgeous spot, the beach is walkable with a great view of the sound. Breakfast is full and plentiful. They are doing some remodeling. I believe beginning to replace carpeting, etc. so, upkeep is going on. Everything in our room was working and clean. The staff is very nice, esp housekeeping. We needed some place close to Poulsbo but also a drivable location for an early flight from SeaTac. This was perfect. A 1-hr drive to the car rental. Anyone taking any ferry - allow a LOT LOT LOT of extra time if traveling on the weekend. Several family members missed the actual wedding due to the ferries being full. Also, Uber/Lyft was very sparse or non-existent at Kingston. We were glad we had our car!

We stayed here to be close to e relative in memory care. We were blown away by the location and amenities here. From the pet friendly environment, good food, good lounge to the amazing view of the bay. We made future plans to stay here when we return for visits to the care center and for pleasure trips

We enjoyed using our Best Western free night coupon here at Silverdale Beach Hotel. Fantastic view; if it wasn't winter, we would have loved the outdoor dining area and roasting s'mores. Restaurant is currently closed on Mondays, so we missed out on dining in. Nice to have hot breakfast items. Extremely comfortable bed.

After we had checked in, we learned that our room would not be cleaned the entire 4 day stay. Towels were not changed, trash was not emptied. All for the wonderful price of $125/night. A breakfast buffet was part of that cost, but we were expected to bus our table after eating. We had stayed here before Covid several times and had never experienced the lack of service, etc. Would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here Dec. 2022 when I had heavy snow in my neighborhood and I wanted to have a room close to my doctor who I had to see early the next morning. I booked the room on what looked like the official BW site for a price of $346.00. It actually is an Expedia site where they charge an extra $47.00 fee. When I checked out the next morning they said the total is $298.00, charged my credit card and gave me an invoice. 2 days later when checking my bank statement my blood pressure soared when I saw 2 charges for the same room - one for $346.00 and the other for $298.00! I called the hotel and was told the $298.00 will be refunded. Here it is over 1 week later and still no refund. I tried calling several times, was put on hold and disconnected. I sent emails to hotel and hotel headquarters and got no response. Then went back to hotel and airhead behind desk said "oh gee, I can't help you. I have to give this to someone else". Really, you can take peoples money like you took mine but can't give a simple refund? So here I am frustrated out of my mind not knowing what to do. If anyone has a solution let me know and DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Staff is friendly. I have been going there on a monthly basis for a year and many staff members recognize me and remember my name. They don't always get everything right the first time, but they are willing to do what it takes to make things right.

Rooms and Staff were quite good. Very much enjoyed Trivia Night at the Bar. Beautiful waterfront location. Breakfast was good but had zero variety over our 6 day stay. Only low point was the poor condition of gym equipment and indoor pool area. Elliptical and stationary bike were broken-power cords removed. I tried the treadmill for a few minutes but the bearings were howling so that experience was cut short. The only other aerobic workout equipment was a less sophisticated stationary bike but that had a broken seat. I went jogging instead on the days it didnt rain. Didnt use the indoor pool but the water and pool area was chilly. Hot tub looked well used with low maintenance and the water looked gross.

Comfortable, clean, helpful staff, and convenient to where we want to be. This hotel fits the basic criteria for a week-long stay. The lobby has two fireplaces and very welcoming. Bonus points for the breakfast bar. I dropped one star for the complex pricing of the room. There were no discounts available online; AAA, AARP, etc. were the same price as the base price of the room. When I called the hotel directly, the guest manager gave me a different price for each night's stay ranging a $50 difference each day. I don't have confidence that we were able to get the best pricing. Another consideration for those who want a water view (instead of city view) is that we decided on the lower priced room for a "partial water view." If this esthetic is important to you, it's probably worth it to pony up the extra few dollars for a full view.

We needed a place to stay close to St. Micheals Medical Center. Personnel were warm and friendly, the room was very nice. It overlooked the bay, comfortable bed Very clean, with refrigerator, coffee maker. The complimentry breakfast was excellent with a variety of foods. The view from the dinning room overlooking the bay was really beautiful. It was great to relax at the pool and spa, after a tense day at the hospital.

Excellent pool, hot tub and very comfy bed!! Lovely grounds and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the water view. Friendly staff which is very important! We enjoyed our stay and we will come back soon.

The room was nice, deck opens to the grounds and the water - fantastic view. The property includes fire pits, a large yard the extends to the Bay, a lounge (little food options when we were visiting due to staff shortages), a pool that looks out at the water - truly a hotel that you enjoy above and beyond your room. The staff was wonderful, especially those handling the continental breakfast which was diverse, healthy and well-stocked, including homemade waffles, granola, eggs with fresh salsa, etc. While Silverdale is lacking in activities, this hotel makes up for it.

I was staying at Best Western Plus Silverdale for the week I was attending training. The building is located right by the water, and surrounded by nature. It gives a peaceful vibe during the stay, and it's right next door to a public park within walking distance. Lots of good food places too, and the Kitsap Mall is just a few minutes away.

Nice location on the Puget Sound to meet with friends and family; It is close to Nature, and just a walking distance to a variety of eateries. I will definitely recommend this hotel for family gathering

I reserved a jacuzzi room for a romantic getaway. There were no good pictures of the tub online, but I was hoping it would be in the main room with a water view and big enough for two. I was very disappointed that our corner room was tiny, the tub was the regular shower/tub combo in the bathroom, it was definitely not big enough for two, and the jets didn't even work. I also recommend bringing your own pillows because my room had the lumpiest pillows I have ever felt. I couldn't even really enjoy the water view since I was on the ground floor and I didn't want all the people walking by looking in my room, so we kept the curtains drawn. I don't feel like I got value for what I paid for this room. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was decent.

This is a nice property with nice views, but the service is rather bad. They closed the bar on a Saturday night because there had been an event that day and they didn't want to pay staff overtime. There was often no one at the front desk and my husband tried to reach me be phone (my cell was charging) and could never gert through. Although I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door throughout my enter stay, the staff entered my room and left a plastic bag marked "Laundry" (which I didn't ask for). Inside was a towel and washcloth (again, something I didn't ask for). I found this to be an invasion of privacy. Overall, a less than satisfying experience. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

Check in had to wait [ I was 4th in line for about 15 minutes ] while the young man at check in spent a long long long time on the phone with a former guest .... it was a social call The staff was classic, young, immigrant and indifferent.... breakfast room was locked because nobody brought the keys... duh.

I now remember why I don't stay at hotels with bars/lounges --- the guests sit outside and laugh/hoot/holler loud enough to be heard at the third floor, then when it closes, they head to their rooms only to stand outside the elevators and continue the party. No response to calls to the front desk. I was forced to confront some partiers just outside my room which was, of course, next to the elevators. The families with children are put in rooms the farthest away from the elevator so that allows the kids to room up and down the halls as the parents walk leisurely to the elevator. Which also reminds me of why I stopped booking hotels through Expedia/Travelocity/Hotels.com - it seems I always get the worse room in the building.

Enjoyed every part of our stay. Rooms, breakfast, pool were all amazing. And the view is unbelievable. The beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast the most. Great variety and the staff was on top of everything. And Veey friendly.

It just felt "standard hotel" to me. I got a special rate, so it was worth it. If I had to pay the regular rate, there's nothing "special" to make it worth the cost. Pet-friendly, so lots of dogs. The hallway carpeting is filthy.

Wonderful people - very friendly and accommodating! Feels like home! Very enjoyable room in all ways. Depending on what room you have, the views are spectacular. However, some rooms have views of roof tops that aren't very attractive, but others are perfect! Ask what you're getting and the different prices for the different rooms.

Beautiful location, comfortable rooms and staff is very accommodating. They truly are pet friendly (not just pet tolerant as so many places are). We really enjoyed our stay and view of the water. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a night at this hotel for our anniversary. It was very clean, and the staff were helpful. The view of the water was spectacular. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Lots of choices. Will return next year for sure!

Check-in was very pleasant with Faith at the front desk- she is exceptional! Very warm & friendly, polite & helpful. Amenities were great. All wonderful experience with breakfast, use of indoor swimming pool and the room I stayed in was very clean & cozy.

While most of the staff were pleasant, two were rude/undresponsive. The heating/AC did not work correctly the whole stay, despite asking for maintenance. When I asked for compensation I got a cursory 10% off which I find insulting.

Stayed at Silverdale Best Western Plus for our first family vacation back to the US. Great little town and will come back. Room was good overall with a great view. Price was a bit high for what we received. Pool and jacuzzi was really nice.

Stayed 5 nights with our family and dog. Room was perfect, great view of the inlet. Breakfast was fantastic with to many options! Staff was superb. Friendly and attentive. Location is perfect. Close to walking trail, shopping and many dinner options. Has its own restaurant and bar. Didnt use but the shuttle to the airport stops there too! Will definitely stay here again.

This stay was one of the worst stays that I have ever experienced at a BW or any other hotel. From check-in with 3 service dogs and given a room next to the last one on the third floor when there were rooms on the first. Checking into the room to find the TV didn't work and the clock was set the wrong time, but not getting service until a second request the next days. Breakfast should have been condemned for its dry, possibly powdered scrambled eggs.to the grease dripping bacon and sausage to the cut with a knife hot cereal to the lack of resupply for the berries and fruits. No BW member complimentary water bottles since front desk said they were no longer doing it since they didn't have product. Sounds like a management problem to me. Picture in elevator #2 was coming off the wall, advised front desk three times, but still moving forward to completely removing itself from the wall and possibly injuring someone. Could be a great place, but apparently management is lacking!!!!

The hotel is very well appointed and modern looking. Our only complaint was the lack of insulation in the walls. We could hear people talking in the room next to us and they weren't even talking loud. We could also hear people walking back and forth above us. Every time someone above us flushed their toilet you could hear it in the wall right next to our bed and it was louder than the sound of our own toilet flushing in our bathroom. I think the sound of the toilet is amplified in the hollow walls. Also, the sound of people walking up and down the halls outside our door was as clear as if the door was wide open. So, unfortunately I probably would try a different hotel the next time we stay in Silverdale. Which is a shame, because the hotel is beautiful, with great views, good food and excellent staff. But, sleep is important and is the primary purpose for staying at a hotel. I would highly encourage management to consider insulating the interior walls of this hotel. Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel unless you consider sleeping with ear plugs.

We had a need to be in Silverdale Wa. on a couple of occasions and found the best wester plus to be spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. plenty of high pressure, hot water for a shower, a fair selection of TV stations. Close to anything you might need and a lovely view of the bay.

We love staying at this hotel as a fun family staycation. The Amenities are wonderful and the location is beautiful. The staff has always been helpful and kind. We use this location multiple times a year and recommend it to everyone.

Amazing customer service, giant indoor pool right on the water, great walking trails right in the heart of Silverdale. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hot tub is a bonus and the complimentary buffet breakfast is huge and delicious

Staff gave our rooms away because we didn't call 24 HOURS PRIOR. Called 4 days before to verify that those where our rooms. Staff member said if they have ANY issues they would call. Never got a phone call arrived and they didn't have our rooms. Staff moved us to a different floor. Offered nothing for the mess up. Staff even didn't apologize about the inconvenience. Staff memberS seemed very disrespectful and had an attitude. Staff members did not even know Best Western policies. Did not know what time check in was, how many pets per a room, etc. King size rooms were very small. Rooms were dirty. Balcony in queen rooms were extremely small.Items were left in room from previous guest. Jets in king size room didn't work. You can hear everyone, the people above you, the people next to, anyone walking the hallways. It is not a romantic setting. The fireplace did work which was nice. Balcony in king room was a decent size and have chairs to sit in.

I've stayed her 5 days at a time 3-4 times for work over the last couple of months. Decent hotel. On the water is nice. Sure the floor boards aren't level in the hallways, but you know you aren't staying at a five star hotel. Staff works hard to do their best. Always helpful and nice with my many interactions.

We were here for an extended stay. The staff (Haley, Kyla, Jamie, Zach, Jakob, Alexus, Faith, Michael, Melanie, Krystal, Chris and Catherine) always went above and beyond for us. They made the stay feel more like staying with family then at a hotel. We can't wait to stay here again. Also they made our dog feel welcome as well!!!

Hotel is ok, prefer others in area, which are newer, and are not quite as worn. But it's a place to sleep, front desk staff seemed to be bothered we were there. A/C does not cool the room enough. View is nice, parking is good, good location.

I only stayed in the hotel for one night, but I had a good experience. The bed was very comfortable, I enjoyed the fact that there was a deep bath tub to use and the hotel was quiet. The free breakfast was pretty standard - but I did like that they had the waffle machine so that you could make your own fresh waffles. One drawback was no one was wearing masks when they were getting up to get their food and the staff were not enforcing people where masks.

Our stay was only for one night. We were pleased with the room and the hotel itself. The breakfast was pretty good as well. There was a great selection of food including waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, a variety of cereals, pastries, bread and fruit. They also offered juices as well as coffee.

Long review but, it could change your mind and save the next future bride and groom for trying to plan or book their wedding here. My fiancé and I were so excited to have our dream wedding here as we fell in love with the beautiful view of the waterfront that this property has to offer and the package deal that they offered us as well. That being said , we signed our contract back in 2020 due to the pandemic . Everything was booking up super fast and also because, the future brides that had to reschedule their weddings in 2020 to 2021, both my fiancé and I decided to push out our date to 2022 as we thought that we would be safe from finding our date that we both wanted and to be able to lock into a venue ahead of time as we wanted to start planning our wedding. Well since we signed this contract with Best Western in Silverdale, Washington it was one of the biggest mistakes during this wedding planning process! Once we signed the contract it started to go down hill from there throughout the year of December 2020 and into the year of 2021. Let me explain why, It was horrible management, lack of communication, costumer service was awful and you would be on hold sometimes for 10-20 min before even getting someone on the phone, our payments weren't being collected on our visa credit card each month correctly as agreed on our contract, we constantly had to contact the hotel and management team to collect, as well as give us a receipt each month and get them to correct their errors. The general Manager (which I will not give names) was never In the office or on the property site, when my fiancé and I called to speak with her as she was also suppose to be our day coordinator, as they let go of the wedding coordinator that we originally signed our contract with. Once they let go of her, the new general manager that got hired on hardly never got back to us with our questions or concerns due to our payment plan and future wedding planning questions for about weeks and months out at a time. We had to keep following up with corporate office department for them to constantly put a ticket in to the Silverdale location for their team to finally respond to us as we felt disrespected and ignored between calling them and emailing them several times with no response back in a timely manner with our questions and concerns . Fast forward after months of trying to figure everything out, we finally get a call back from the general manager in August of 2021 thinking it was about finally knowing the block rate prices for our guest in August of 2022 and what is going on with our payments not being collected as agreed in our contract... Well the call was every future bride and grooms worst nightmare, the general manager told us that they will be doing extreme renovations in the year of 2022 during our wedding date in August and that they can't guarantee the venue space that we signed will be what it looks like now or what it will look like during our wedding day. The general manager even joked on the phone as she thought it was funny, that our day could look like a construction site zone with pipes from the ceiling bursting possibly, when the workers are pounding in a different section of the hotel building during our reception/ceremony. After joking and being unprofessional with this horrible news the manager than stated they would do their best to make our day as special as possible even with what circumstances it may bring or what it will look like. They also offered that they could break our contract and we would get a full refund on what we already did pay to hold the venue/day slot . My fiancé and I were devastated and frustrated with this news as well as panicking on how we will find a new venue literally a year out from our wedding date in 2022. We both knew with the pandemic happening a lot of venues were already booking out until 2022-2023 . My fiancé and I did get extremely lucky and got out of this place and found a new venue which is about 45 min from this location, I highly recommend looking at other venues. Here is why since we signed on this new contract the experience has been extremely better, great costumer service and communication has been amazing and less stressful. That being said, I hope reading this helps and saves the next future bride and groom the headache with this hotel due to the lack of professionalism, organization and communication with their team and with the general manager who is dealing with wedding contracts. I hope our experience and story brings the true light on this place for future brides and grooms that are considering signing on with this venue, even after they do the new renovations that are going to be done in 2022. I hope they consider a new reliable general manager as well that is more professional at that position and would also gets back to their wedding clients in a timely manner, not let them wait for months to finally respond.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and was thoroughly impressed by all it's amenities. The room we stayed in had a balcony which provided us a view of the water and the town Christmas tree! Of course it had the basics, TV with cable, fridge and microwave. And it was very close to a lot of shopping and dining opportunities. We took advantage of the hotel's proximity to a restaurant named Maynards. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!

We had been wanting to try this place and it did not disappoint. The room was very clean. We were give a choice room right on the point. The view was stunning. The amenities were ideal. Breakfast was acceptable considering the holiday and snow. The facility shows a bit of wear, but again was clean. The location provided much needed convenience for last day before Christmas shopping and grooming. We do recommend a stay here if as a destination! I literally did not want to tell anyone of this getaway gem.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday experience. The front desk was especially helpful providing me with many key cards to help me when I locked ourselves out. Even up to sending matience to help. Also matience knew exactly what to do to solve the problem.

I had such a great experience at the best Western! They are very accommodating and helpful and they love animals just as much as I do which was half the battle of finding a good place to stay :) Given that I'm going to be here for about three months it was very important to me to find this kind of service

Very nice hotel on the waterfront. Nice warm breakfast and heated pool and hot tub. Grassy area for pets and easy walk to the bay. The hotel is in the heart of Silverdale and easy walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood is safe.

This was our second visit to Best Western Plus Silverdale. We have family in the area and this is where we stay when visiting. This last stay was wonderful. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We booked several months in advance and asked for specific rooms. We checked in late on arrival and I was worried we wouldn't get exactly what we requested, but we had no problems. The connecting rooms were exactly as promised. They do not clean rooms daily unless requested, so I thought I would be asking for towels and wash cloths each evening, but those were provided daily in our rooms without having to ask. Breakfast is included, and the breakfast area is large, allowing guests to safely separate and enjoy a hot breakfast. We thought the food was above average compared to similar offerings at other hotels, but the service, cleanliness and large eating area made this the best and mot comfortable breakfast option we have experienced!

The front desk staff took a while to get me checked in, but overall the experience was wonderful. Housekeeping was top tier. My room was exceptionally cleaned. They came and cleaned my room after my son had an accident. I would definitely stay again. My family and I truly enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. There was SOOO much to chose from for breakfast options as well. That was a HUGE PLUS.

I was on a 2000 mile trip with my dog and arriving late at each hotel, wanting the smoothest check in possible. I asked for (and received) an easy access room off the lobby. The dog walk was very nice although the poop bag dispenser was empty. Good thing I always carry my own. LOL. Breakfast was very good. The room had a few maintenance issues, like slow drains but I did not report as I was moving on early in the morning after just one night. I'm sure had I reported it to the front desk it would've been fixed promptly.

Hotel very dirty hotel staff said that their vacums are very old. I was very cold at night freexing in fact, it was a windy stormy evening and the wind came right thru the glass door, I did not get much rest at all.

A good clean hotel with very comfortable beds. The pool area, indoor, was very relaxing. We enjoy the spa jacuzzi and a refreshing dip in the pool before heading to our dinner and rabbit show set up time at the fairgrounds.

Best western plus hotel in Silverdale is the best hotel I've stayed in around this area! I am a travel RN and this is one of the cleanest place I've ever stayed in! All the staff are very professional and very attentive to their guest! Every day I come home after a 12-hour shift at the hospital, my room smells amazing and clean. Bonus, they always give me extra towels! Love this place!

Absolute great location. On the water and close to everything. Very dated property. Decor from the late 70's early 80's maybe. Everything needs to be updated/replaced as it shows its age and wear. Hotel staff in the restaurant / bar area outstanding. Great breakfast but dinner menu just doesn't have options - only appetizers. Great place to staff so long as you level your expectations.

I have to agree with many here that the rates are way overpriced. We were expecting a far better accommodation for the price. The most concerning - we found mold. A good amount in the shower room. Unfortunately we didn't catch it until the following morning. We only stayed one night and as we were checking out we notified the front desk who was quite apologetic. I later received an e-mail giving me a discount for a future stay. Which won't be happening. I usually don't write reviews like this, but that mold we found was not an overnight thing. I'm not sure how the cleaners had not noted this and reported it for remediation. It's a big health concern. We stayed there with our 1.5 year old and 4 year old. Not cool.

Look for other hotels in the area that will clean your rooms and give you good customer service , the rooms are way over priced for the service that you get , no one at the from the desk is helpful , especially when it comes to charges to your credit card and getting discounts when once you arrive . I asked three days to get fresh towels and get room service , The worst way to service I've ever received , i never been so unappreciated as veteran of the armed services !

This hotel was almost double the rate of the other hotels we stayed in during our week long stay in the Seattle/Tacoma area. We decided to pay a premium for a waterside room with a balcony (we thought). Turned out all the rooms had balconies and half were waterside. For the cost I don't think it was out of line to expect our balcony to have chairs, the room to have enough towels for all the registered guests and the hide-a-bed to have bedding. The room itself was average, though clean. I can't say the same for the common areas outside of the lobby. Furnishings, wallpaper and carpet were all worn and dirty. I would not stay here again unless they cut the rate in half.

Our room's A/C and jetted tub weren't working, so that was less than ideal. Pool, breakfast, and water views helped make up for the so-so room. Front desk staff were okay but not exceptional. Enjoyed Silverdale but may stay elsewhere next time.

This was my 2nd stay at this location, but definitely won't be my last. Very scenic, centralized location. Awesome pool area. Staff was very helpful. Everything was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

I've been here a couple of times and it's such a nice atmosphere and they have live music on Thursdays! Beautiful view of the waterfront too - breathtaking at sunset! Tons of drink options too, and overall a really nice place.

Our toddler had a spindle from the balcony come off in her hand. My sister grabbed her before she went through the gap. After maintenance repaired the one spindle, a second spindle fell out to the ground below.

Stayed there for one night only. It was disconcerting to see garbage bags in the hall from the room cleaners. The pillows were hard as a rock and it was hard to sleep. Asked for the bill to be e-mailed to me and I'm still waiting.

Please have only trained staff check folks in and out. My credit card was put on another persons account by accident because the person checking us in was untrained. That person gave the family before me a room key to someone else's room and they went into an occupied room and then came down to report it. I waited in line for 45 minutes and then It took the staff 30 minutes to check me in to my room. My room had no toilet paper and only one towel. I had to ask to have my room cleaned and toilet paper put in the room. I stayed for business reasons and through the weekend. Other guests were slamming doors and yelling down the hall until 1 am… this is not ok. This did not leave me with a good impression of this hotel. The best part of this hotel was the water view and the breakfast.

Great staff, delicious breakfast, an incredible view. Well worth the 3 night stay. We immediately felt at home when we arrived, the room was comfortable and had a great view, breakfast had a good variety, check in and out was very quick and easy.

We paid $500 for a two night stay that we booked the day before to enjoy some quiet time away. We weren't told that there was an outdoor wedding taking place and it was right outside our window. The loud music was a little frustrating considering we were feet away from the party and couldn't even hear the tv. We were counting down till 10pm when the music would stop. If you're looking for a quiet weekend away, know there might be loud music.

My son is in the Navy. We visit him every time we find an excuse to do so. We have tried several hotels in the area but our favorite is Best Western in Kitsap. Why? It gives you the best of both worlds! Half of the hotel, the front part, faces the malls, gas station, what have you. You need to go to Staples? Gas? Get Thai Food? Get a massage? Ihop? No problem, cross the street! The back half of the hotel faces the Dyes Inlet and presents spectacular waterfront views it's almost like a painting! We took advantage of this. One time we were there, we took family pictures wearing our graduation gowns, it was the perfect backdrop! If you're the outdoorsy, nature type of a person, go to the back and walk along the shoreline, enjoy the view and the ducks that frequent the area. If you have teenagers who would rather hang out at the mall, the Kitsap Mall (Barnes and Noble, AMC, Claire's, Dick's, Target, etc.) is just a short walk away. Don't expect to be checked in early but that's just fair. We know what time check in is. Zero complaints about friendly and courteous staff. Checkout? Drop your key card in the box, done!

This hotel is in dire need of paint and remodeling. Beware the tiny bathrooms where you hit your knee on the door when you sit on the John. Water pressure was good though and air conditioning worked well. Landscaping was tired too and pigeons roost near the front. Because of COVID breakfast was grab and go so we didn't use that. Spa was out of order and it looked permanent. The pool area had used towels piled up and the towels were pretty threadbare. This hotel was ok if you were out most of the day.

We stayed one night in room 235...very clean room A bit dark..bathroom was kinda tight. King bed was on the firm side. That unit has a lousy deck situation overlooking a roof. Noise was easily heard from above...not so much between rooms...kids at front desk were very nice. Overall we would stay again...but in a different unit.The property is nice to stroll around on and is dog friendly.

When we checked in we were barely acknowledged. I thought we have reserved a King Suite with a jacuzzi tub... what we received was a king room with a beach view. The view was nice out of our balcony door. I wish it would of had a screen on it to avoid the bugs coming into our room. We used the pool unfortunately their were no pool towels and we had to call 5 times in order to receive some so we could leave the pool for the next group. They were very busy but this was the day after memorial day so it had calmed down a bit. The breakfast was a grab and go when most of the other Best Westerns have started serving real food. There was no bar open even though it was an advertised service available. They are dog friendly however the carpets in the hallways and rooms are terrible because of it.

A midweek stay of two nights was a pleasant getaway for me. I had a deluxe king room with balcony facing the bay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and I never heard any noise from other rooms during my stay. The front desk staff was helpful when I had questions. I look forward to staying here again, and appreciate the specials for being a rewards member.

It's almost empty. ( Theu deny this.) Almost all the balcony rooms have room for chairs and a railing that's not 4 1/2 feet of board. Very disappointing for the price. Nice bed but the waterview is a waste. Wouldn't recommend this place. It seems dangerous. Any one who can access the roof right at balcony level could break in easily. No room safe. Great! No manager when we called downstairs. If they rob or kill us tonight, at least I told tripadvisor!

To start with, I had gotten there early and asked if we could check in early. But NO, they could do that. So then we came back and we had to stand in line for an hour and a half to check in. I literally had 9 people ahead of me and about 6 behind me. The pillows smelled like sweat and the bedspread had dirt on it. Sink and floors were dirty. I literally saw black hairs. Gross. The breakfast was a frozen sausage & cheese sandwich. The people next door were really loud and I couldn't get to sleep. I will never stay there again and I would advise anyone that goes there to not go there.

If staying for work this is a good quiet hotel and beds are comfortable. Rooms are average but not great. The hall carpets smell dusty like they've never been cleaned. The door on my room sticks and have to make sure I pull it tight when leaving the room. To get in I have to give it a push. The shower water pressure is very high, so there is no enjoying a shower. I think you could strip paint off the wall with it.

Great place! Awesome staff! Clean and sanitized rooms! Pet friendly! The location is walking distance to anywhere you need or want to go! We stayed 3 nights and had zero complaints! There was an issue with the heat not working in our room when we first checked in and they had it fixed within 10 minutes of reporting the issue. I highly recommend staying here whether for a family vacation or couples get away. We will be staying here again when we come back to Silverdale!

everything from start to finish was perfect our room was not ready when we arrived but we were offered late check out for the inconvenience which was wonderful the staff was very friendly and accommodating will definitely stay again

This hotel is located close to everything and is in the Inlet. We had a great experience staying here should visiting family. The hotel is older which you can tell while walking through the halls. They have definitely done some upgrading in the room and it was nice to have a balcony. Room was clean, hotel was full but didn't have any issues with noise. They had grab and go bags for breakfasts due to COVID. Pool and hot tub were open but you needed to reserve a time slot. Will definitely stay here again.

We stay at this Best Western plus regularly. My daughter lives close by. The hostess's and maid service is excellent. During covid they still have available coffee and a bag breakfast as well as outside dining with registration. Also available the pool upon reservation. They really try to accommodate as well as possible during covid. So much appreciated

Only stay here if there is nowhere else to stay. Bathrooms showers are moldy. They have the built in shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the walls that popped off everyone you used. Great idea but poor product quality. My room had a leak in the ceiling that popped up after the second day snd I had to move rooms. Moving rooms especially to a new floor would have been nice if they offered to help move. Then moved to new room and floor was wet in the corner where the desk was. Seemed to be coming from the outside. The only gluten free option for breakfast was an apple.

Neighbors were in a bigger suite and having a party. When I returned to sleep at 12:30 AM, I knocked on their door to ask them to turn off their music. They did, but then at 1 AM they turned the TV on, which happened to be on the same wall as my headboard. That woke me up, so I called the front desk and they came up and asked them to turn it off, which they did. I was then threatened with physical violence through the wall. I did not respond and it did not escalate further, but I was unable to sleep, as even just normal talking by the neighbors was easily heard. I finally packed up and went down to be relocated. I was placed in a suite just outside the hotel doors, which meant I had the pleasure of being woken up at 5 and 5:30 and 6 AM as families with running children left the hotel. My sleep was miserable. I am not happy with my experience.

Dogs all over the place, barking, jumping, and being a total nuisance. Kids running and jumping all good of the night. Very loud. No peace or sleep at this hotel. We do not recommend staying here. Sleeping in our car would have been preferable to this stay.

I absolutely love this hotel. The location couldn't be better and the staff are extremely accommodating! It has a beautiful pool which it is currently taking reservations for but not actually following through with them so beware of large children's birthdays there. Other than that, it has a beautiful walking path and is located near many stores and restaurants.

BWPS hotel is in a terrific location (Safeway, Sprouts, Target, Costco, USPS, gas stations and MANY restaurants, and shops. Quick access to freeway too.). The lobby was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting during my stay in December. Hot coffee & tea station was available. Breakfast offered a grab n go due to pandemic. The front desk was always staffed and each employee was friendly and helpful. The room door was secured with a sanitary seal to ID it had been cleaned and not entered. The room looked & smelled clean as well. My stay was trouble-free. I do wish I had an extra blanket. I could have asked, but didn't so that's totally on me! The heating/cooling worked great.The quick and easy check-out was appreciated. Free parking and Internet were terrific caveats!

The Silverdale Team is the best!! From happy smiles and personalized greetings, they truly go out of their way to make you feel important! Location was so convenient and room was more than comfortable. Loved the water access!! Definitely our hotel choice again!!

the stay was comfortable, the room is a bit small but overall neat and cozy. Staff is extremely friendly an helpful. check-in counter could use a bit updating but the lobby (the fire place and seating area) is nice and modern. The little park in the back is beautiful and the free hot coca provided in the lobby is perfect for this weather

Receptionist were super nice, Our room was super clean and can tell house keeping really went above and beyond to ensure that rooms were completely spotless, will definitely be returning in the future.

Positives - Get a beachside view room. Negatives - Asked for a new room because tub wasn't draining properly. Water was filling up to my ankles. Front desk made me pack and remove all my belongings out of the old room before they would give me a key to another room. Mind you the new room was two doors down. Only to have the same issue in the new room. The hotel had plenty of signs about lack of AC. So when I asked for a fan for my room I was instructed to just go out in the hall and grab a running fan. Bathroom was very small. Place needs remodeled. Very dated and antiquated.

The staff are all friendly, professional, courteous, and accommodating. The hotel is beautifully located right on the waters edge and convenient to everything. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and have all the amenities. When you factor all the high end perks & accommodations along with its lower end price point, then it easily becomes an overall must stay hotel.

I requested a room on water side and given a parking lot view, front desk changed it, then on 2nd day had to make 5 trips to front desk to get key to work and on 4th day key wouldn't work so we decided to just go home, didn't stay the night and was charged anyway, it was just an inconvenience.

We stayed here recently and found that the air-conditioning in the entire building was out. No one bothered to tell us at check-in, we had to discover it after our room reach 75° in the evening. When we called to ask what was going on all that was said it was open your door to cool off. It's on our website. We can bring you a fan if you want. Horrible customer service, dated rooms, the outside is run down, and there's nothing significantly nice about this property. My family and I know what to expect from best Western and this was not to their standards. Moved to the Oxford and across the street the next night, much better experience.

We were simply looking for a place to stay near water, so used Best Western points at this location. Views are amazing, area so quiet on water view side, and relaxing was super easy. Front desk staff were amazing; super friendly and full of references for local activities. Really got a sense that they worked very well together and generally liked being there for us. Room was clean and cared for, hotel looked generally up to date and fresh. No strange smells or beat up corners. Art work very local being near Naval base. Only criticism is description and expectations for a "suite" did not match up. The suite was a corner-f-the-building room, but does not include an extra adjoining room like most suites do. No extra sitting area with a pull out bed sofa or anything of the like. No little kitchenette or cooking area like most suites we have ever stayed in. Rather, very small room, tiny bathroom area that the coffee machine took up most of the counter realty, and big ol' dresser holding the TV. However, the room size did not take away from the fantastic view, super cool corner balcony, and the very nice French door style opening to the balcony that we just left open while in the room. Being on the third floor, no fear of people peeking in to see what's happening inside, plenty of privacy, and overall perfect for the weekend getaway. The shower was also amazing - fantastic pressure and super clean, huge shower head with multiple settings. The TV was super easy to navigate, great picture, and could be moved to accommodate angle for best viewing. Bed was comfortable enough - not the best we've had but no where near the worst. Semi-firm. While there the hotel was having a air conditioning issue during a super hot time of the year, but they supplied box fans for every room and had them blowing throughout the hotel in the hallways. We didn't feel the intense heat outside while inside at all, and the only time it was even noticeable was right out of the shower getting ready.

It is hard to rate a hotel in this time of restrictions (COVID Pandemic). Best Western is safe and respectful for the measures needed to assure some isolation, cleanliness, and modified procedures for this time. Thank you for being open. Our Dog loved the hotel too. Will go back.

This was a really nice place to stay, and I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm on the peninsula. There is another good hotel in town, so whichever one is less expensive will probably win, but I very much enjoyed my stay here. They tried really hard to impress without overdoing it. The room was remodeled nicely, and kept in good shape. Location is decent, but the view wasn't taken advantage of like it should be (you can't see it from bed, things are angled so you pretty much have to be on the balcony to see the bay). Everything was clean that really mattered, though the "edges" could have used some cleaning (toothpaste on the walls, a lot of spider webs in the lights over a bed). Internet was spotty. The shower was one of the best I've ever found at a hotel, which made me overlook the motion-sensing light switch. I didn't mind showering in the dark at the end with a shower that nice. I am kind of fascinated why they thought a motion sensor in a bathroom with the shower was a good idea. Again, not a big deal, but weird. Silverdale is the place to stay if you're looking for a central location on the peninsula and a lot of amenities. Poulsbo and other towns don't have reasonably-priced accommodations. Though other towns are the bigger draws if you want to stay in a "neater" town, nothing is very far from Silverdale.

room was clean and we had plenty of supplies. front desk help were friendly. to go bag for breakfast due to Covid... stay was close to food and shopping and tourist locations. The hotel was under construction, remodeling some things inside.

Going thru remodel. Air Conditioning unit not being delivered until MAYBE September. Had to check out of hotel after 1 night. Couldn't stand it. Desk people were not helpful. More interested in booking future reservations.

Could have gone at least 1 more star, but the AC is completely off line in this hotel...I spoke with them about hotel amenities a few days before our stay in early August, and the broken Air Conditioning was never even mentioned...nor was it even mentioned by front desk at check in! The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had one request from the front desk (extra pillows) that was handled very quickly and safely. The little balcony overlooking the sound was very nice, BUT I wish there was a couple of little chairs and a little table out on the balcony so we could sit and enjoy the view. Our only option was to drag the desk chair out there and sit one at a time...this would have been all the nicer since the room was hot and sitting out on the balcony was cool and comfortable.

The location was beautiful, hotel itself could have offered more safety features for guests with small children. AC was out, I was told they would take some money off my final bill since I was paying almost $300 to sleep in a sauna for 2 days, but they never did, I still ended up paying full price

With COVID 19 we expected many amenities to not be available. What we didn't expect. Was a dirty hotel. From the outside to the lobby to the rooms I was very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. Our room smelt of pot. It was not clean. Definitely not to Best Westerns We care program. Overall this is not a hotel worth going out of your way for

Nice hotel and staff. Older rooms but comfortable beds and great location. Only issues was that the air conditioning was not working so it was warm at night. Enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach.

I specifically inquired about a quiet place to begin a webinar before check in and was assured this wouldn't be a problem. When arriving early in the morning to begin webinar, there was hotel staff repeatedly vacuuming the area we were in (lobby). We inquired and were not offered a quieter place to do the webinar, although later a manager said she wished she would have known it was a webinar, she could have offered a quiet place. We were charged $60 for early check in, which was later reduced to $30, not a lot of money, but should not have been charged and it just left me feeling angry that after explaining the situation, the fee was still applied. Had we known we would not have a quiet place to utilize wifi for our webinar, we would have not come to the hotel until that evening. Bad customer service from the mgr on duty. I travel often, when arriving at a hotel early, I have almost always been able to check in early if the room is ready for no charge.

My family and I stayed one night with our dog. The deluxe rooms on the first floor are perfect! There is an outside door to a grass area. View of the water and courtyard. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. And feather down bedding/pillows are the best there.

Great service before evening arriving to the Hotel! There was two prices on my booking and corrected! Glad I was able to take advantage of my rewards program and look forward to use the best western rewards on my app!

Even during Pandemic, Reservationists was friendly, professional and very informative. Social distancing was her priority to others in line as well surroundings. I would greatly have her to be our regular reservationists :)

I had an amazing date night / night away with my fiance. The hotel had a beautiful view and the room was gorgeous. my fiance especially like the showers because of the different pressure settings. Can't wait to stay again.

Spent just one night as a birthday getaway while attending granddaughter's swim meet nearby. Room was spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. My only negative will seem trivial, but it was significant to us-- the bathroom is small and the toilet paper holder is mounted on the wall BEHIND the toilet (rather than to the side), so you had to be a contortionist in order to use it--very poor design.

The staff was excellent. The front counter staff always greeted you as you came in and wished you well on the way out. The Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were pretty nice. I would highly recommend this place!

I love this hotel. The view from the lake is amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the room are always clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. I also see there were shuttle service from the airport.

Enjoyed my recent stay 2/21/20. I too had read reviews of negative experiences before booking my room, however, I found my room on 3rd floor was most enjoyable, I had excellent view of the inlet and sunset. The bed was most comfortable & I loved the nice cushion chair by window where I was able to read my book comfortably. I had great shower excellent water pressure. My room was very clean. It was quiet a real plus since there was a live band that evening. Thoroughly enjoyed outstanding service especially dining area had a great supper of grilled halibut, salad was very good too. I would definitely come back, this was a very well managed BWP.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Front Office Team was very friendly and helpful, especially Haylee. The view room was wonderful and had great view of the water. Amenities were good. On-site restaurant had good food and good value for dinner and breakfast. Great location and close to shops and restaurants. Will be coming back in the Summer for Whaling days! Recommend this hotel!

If you are placed in any room with 260+ or 360+ On the water side, ask for another room. The noise level is deafening! These rooms should be used for storage or sliding doors should be replaced with noise cancelling glass

This Best Western was an exceptional hotel. The young lady checking us in was fantastic as she was helpful and very friendly. She upgraded us to an ocean view room and was quite knowledgeable about the hotel and the town. The rooms were clean and in great shape. The breakfast area and the food was worth making time to enjoy the meal.

The staff was courteous and the room was comfortable and warm. It is surrounded by various restaurants nearby and local grocery and pharmacy. The hotel offers a great breakfast that was complimentary for military on orders and I enjoyed my 2 free drinks at the bar (also complimentary). Overall it was a great stay.

Prime rib was really good, usually can eat it all, ended up taking half home, still yummy. Sunday breakfast, cold when should be hot. wonder when health dept last checked temp on , no where near holding temp. eggs, potatoes, ham, sausage all on colder side of warm. service was so so. cleared my husbands first plate and then forgotten.

Whenever there are guests coming in for a conference, one hopes that the hotel or venue is at a standard that they are comfortable. Best Western Silverdale were fantastic. The hotel, the conference room and the staff especially Tasha and Sierra were incredibly helpful. They made sure that our conference was a massive success.

Staff was extremely nice, food was amazing, honestly better then most restaurants an at fair price. Room service is horrible. My kids clean up better then they do. I had to provide personel bags for my garbage because they never put them in. And for the last thing no ethernet In any rooms!! your given wifi which makes streaming very difficult getting 5mbs tops. Dont recommend this hotel for long stays.

I always read tripadvisor reviews before I book a stay. There were a few negative reviews about this hotel, but it seemed the best available in the area, so we decided to go ahead and book it. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, the staff were welcoming and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff. One thing we really appreciated is the diversity of the staffing and how well they seemed to work together. The setting is lovely, right on the water with a walking trail leaving right from the back of the hotel. The only disappointing experience was the unavailability of internet for much of our stay.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 10 years. The pool is the best ever! Hours of fun! The water views are amazing! The lounge is wonderful and the team ... top notch! We will be back again for sure!

We paid for a "water view" king room. What we ended up with was a great view of the flat roof of the party space on the first floor, with the water in the distance (I've attached pictures). We were on the second floor, perhaps the third floor would have been better. Also, when we checked in, we asked for a particularly quiet room, as we're both light sleepers. Our room was about a quarter mile down the hall from the elevators - so, no complaint about that, because that's what happens when you want a quiet room. However, on Saturday night (2nd night of our two night stay) there was a party in the space directly below us, with a DJ from about 3:00 to 10:30 p.m. It was so loud we actually couldn't talk to each other in a normal voice. We were told when we called the front desk at 4:00 that it would shut down at 9:00. When we called again at 10:00 they finally went in and asked them to shut it down, which it finally did about 10:30. By then we were pissed off. Other than those items, the rooms were clean and convenient, good water pressure, nice amenities, very friendly staff and the breakfast was very good, with lots of options.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights recently as we were visiting the area for our son's wedding. We were only disappointed in the fact that he didn't have the ceremony here at this hotel. Breakfast is amazing and fantastic value. Location is beautiful; Lounge is comfortable with tasty food and good drinks; Staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely return!

Outstanding Service, great food, views and amenities are perfect. This is the best Hotel in Silverdale. WA. Our event was in the main dining room with a view of Sinclair Inlet, it was perfect! We had a block of 10 rooms and everyone really enjoyed their stay!

Clean and unfussy rooms. Beautiful grounds and views. This was a great place to get away for the weekend for me and my husband. Haylee at the front desk is fantastic - extremely kind, friendly and helpful!

A new feature to us was the ability to check in early through an email. Every possible question was asked about our comfort and needs. Made us look forward to our arrival. Big bonus was no need to fill out paperwork at the desk.

Hotel was excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and engaging. My only NON PERFECT experience is that I had a room with a street view .. Taco Bell to be exact. The back of the hotel is on the water with beautiful views and balconies to sit and have coffee in the morning. But eh .. next time, I'll know enough to request the right room.

We stayed one night. The rooms are small and hallways long. The bed was actually super comfortable. Nice view from balcony. Hotel located on waterfront walking trail. The facility does not appear to be very clean. Cramped room was marginally clean. Soap/shampoo dispensers with cheap smelly product. Elevator so-so. Lobby area has 2 nice fireplaces, but not clean! Tables not wiped off with drink rings from previous days. Sticky floors in several areas of lobby. Did not feel safe in long hallway on upper floor. Breakfast so-so with nice view. Wait staff a little pushy to remove dishes from table before finishing. Front desk staff was very helpful. Dinner was average at hotel restaurant. Love the locale, but will not return to this hotel.

Was over all very happy with my stay here. Great veiw of water, Staff amazing , Bar was fun, Outside Fire pit was cozy. Room was clean an comfortable Second time I stayed here. I will be staying here again .

Loved the water view, the staff was so helpful at check in & out. Easy to get to places we wanted to go. Enjoyed the meals we had. Beds were comfy, internet worked. When called tgo make reservations, staff most kind in getting rooms we wanted. Great stay.

The facilities are ok. The issue is with the employees, specifically the front desk staff. They are slow. The are belligerent and rude. They are unjustifiably egotistical and hilarious in their attempts to be condescending. The breakfast is pretty bad as well. I don't really mind cold eggs and warm milk, but what's irritating is the constant hovering of the employees in the area. Rather than bus a table, they hawkishly guard their precious fruit loops like some kind of confused troll collective. If you stay here more than a night and make it through the experience without feeling harassed by the employees, you are in the minority.

Kindest Staff that we have experienced yet!! Clean, Breakfast good , variety, great price !!!! Dinner we did not do this time there due to last stay was very disappointing. However we saw restaurant was FULL ( which we have Never seen) on Friday for their Prime rib special... Maybe that's good ???

Pool too far away from acess to rooms. The staff was plesent. Maintenance person greatly helpful. Even it is an older hotel the upgrades are in progress and are a nice look to what floor plan they have. Wish no pets were allowed . or designate. Only certain. Rooms for pets. And do not mix them with non pet people. Algeries from their present is still lingering and fleas too...

From a cheerful front desk greeting to a clean, comfortable room and great dining, Silverdale Beach Hotel is the best choice. I've stayed at the two other facilities in Silverdale and found Silverdale Beach to be the best place for my travel dollar. After a good nights sleep it is great to awake to a healthy breakfast with many choices and, if time permits, to enjoy their many exercise choices both indoors and out (the property borders a well cared for beach trail).

This a great location wit bar an restaurant on site. Friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed here a dozen times or more. Always the same great quality. Close to everything and near shopping center and quality restaurants.

The room was good enough, bed was comfy. The water view and ground were nice. Wierd noise from microwave, unplugged and stopped. I think it was shorting out. Buffet cold. Barely ate and it costs. Wont stay again.

Very friendly, the hotel was very clean. Customer service at the front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was very good and a wide verity of choices. The staff at breakfast was very attentive and courteous.

Very friendly and helpful staff - We booked at the last minute, not wanting to travel any further, and they were Very accommodating. Pet friendly room was in great shape, nice access to lawn and beach for our puppy. Wonderful views of the sound, nice relaxing evening on the water with the fire pit a bonus. Nice complimentary breakfast as well!

Friendly, helpful staff, but rooms and facilities seemed a bit tired. Hallways smelled musty . . . Things like that. I May not happen often, but there was a loud school band also staying on my floor that made my stay much less comfortable.

They must have overbooked because my King room was the corner one with all of the extra features, almost like a mini honeymoon suite. Small room, but had amazing (1st floor) views of the water with a patio with two chairs and a table, fireplace, jetted tub and armchair, and a featherbed on the mattress.

The view from our room was very nice. Clean, easy access and had a wonderful stay. We also had stayed at a Best Western Plus in Billings, MT. The Clocktower Best Western is terrible and I was shocked after I had the best stay in Siverdale !

Our experience at the Silverdale Beach hotel was very mixed. Parts of it were very pleasant, other parts not so much. I wish I could give it a better rating. There is a lot of potential here. The location is beautiful. It's right on the water. The hotel is well cared for and they were even doing some nice renovations while we were there. The employees were friendly. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast area is lovely and the food choices were better than most "breakfast" options served at other hotels. The negative part was the incessant noise that came from the room next door. We had to end up calling the front desk around 11 p.m after we had endured listening to said guest for over an hour; yelling and being quite obnoxious towards another person in the room. The person at the front desk said they would send security up. After that, the person next door quieted down for a little bit and then later on my husband woke up to more noise. That went on until 5 a.m. It's too bad when the hotel makes a lot of effort to be welcoming to the guests. But when the rooms aren't insulated enough that the walls are "paper thin" and you can hear more than you would like to from the people next door, it really puts a damper on the stay. We stayed at another hotel recently that had their guests sign a "quiet" agreement that they would respect other guests and be quiet after 10 p.m.

I enjoy staying here as I usually get a room overlooking the water. The rooms are soundproof, the beds are comfortable but the breakfast area is always cold as well as the lobby. This visit had another surprise. I was freezing and eating breakfast taking seconds on the hard boiled eggs only this time there was what looked like dirt on them. For no reason I looked up to see the air vents completely clogged with dirt; discusting. I did complain and management said I'll add a few extra points. That was it, just a few extra. I hope they actually take care of those vents for the next patrons.

We stayed for 1 night on a road trip with our dog and had a lovely patio, ground floor room. Though the room was on the smaller side the access to the beach and grass made up for it. The restaurant was great as well as the buffet breakfast (would love to be able to get an expresso in the morning as I could the coffee a bit weak. A small detail however) All the staff were so friendly..I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me with takeout in the lounge as she went above and beyond to help me get takeout for dinner.) The well lit paths around the hotel make evening dog walks feel safe and enjoyable. We will definitely stay again.

We arrived early and had to wait for our room, but we just checked out the surrounding area and when we came back we were set. Our room didn't have the greatest view, but the walking path and grounds provided amazing views of the water and wildlife. The fire pit was a hit for me! I love a fire. we provided out own wood as there was nothing dry enough to work with on the property, but they helped us get it lighted and that made it worthwhile. I would go back, but request a room with a view that didn't include the flat rooftop.

I was just there for a three-day training conference. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating when making the reservations, special requests, and follow up arrangements by telephone. While I was not involved in any of the event planning, as a conference attendee everything appeared seamless. The rooms were nice and clean and everyone we encountered from the staff was wonderful – from the front desk, housekeeping, the bar, to the banquet service. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel, it's within walking to restaurants and grocery stores, and right on the water. The ballrooms were large and away from the main hotel so we wouldn't disturb other guests when we used them in the evenings. A side note - My boss said our accounting department had special requirements for the hotel billing and when I checked in, I showed the front desk my (very specific) instructions, they were quick to make sure my receipts were in compliance. Thank you front desk for that! I would stay here again if I were passing through or vacationing.

hotel staff are very polite and efficient. helpful in every way. the location is awesome. right a small inlet with wildlife in the water, jellyfish swimming around. hot tub was clean and "hot". breakfast was a large buffet style and well worth the $5.00. the restaurant staff were very nice and efficient as well.

We choose this hotel due to its location on the water. Our view was slightly marred by the roof just below us. It is convenient to local shopping . Nice lobby and lounge and breakfast buffet good. Lovely patio outside with a firepit

Our room was clean, although the bathroom was extremely tiny. Our room was on the second floor, right above the HVAC compressors, so it was pretty noisy, but I sleep with earplugs anyway, so it wasn't a particular problem. Our one big complaint was the restaurant. After a long day driving, we didn't feel like looking for a restaurant, so decided to eat on the premises. When we walked into the restaurant, about 6:15pm, there wasn't a soul to be seen - no greeter, no wait staff, no diners - no one! After standing there for a couple of minutes we left. And I was surprised that we were charged for the breakfast buffet the next morning. At most hotels these days, that is complimentary.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was great! Staff was very courteous! We will definitely stay here again! They upgraded our room for free. The view was gorgeous! It was quiet and clean. The pool area was kept clean and they had fresh towels right on hand. Everything was easily accessible.

We stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was in a beautiful location, right at the edge of the water. There is a lovely little seating area next to the beach. Plus there is an outdoor dining patio and good indoor restaurant. The staff was very kind and helpful. If I'm ever in the area again, I will absolutely stay there again!

This hotel is very conveniently located on the waters edge in Silverdale. You can' shop til you drop' at Kitsap Mall or relax and enjoy the view from the patio. The hotel staff, especially housekeeping, are very accommodating; beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is well presented . We have stayed a number of times and will return again!

Friendly and helpful people throughout the hotel, bar, and restaurant. Nice view of the Silverdale bay. Dog friendly. I had my big German Shepherd with me. If you have a dog you get a ground floor room which makes it easier.

Wonderful hotel just steps away from the water. I stayed at the hotel for one night but will definitely stay longer next year.my only issue was the breakfast is not open until 7 on weekends and I had to leave at 7. Will stay during the week to try it out next time. Great staff and facilities

This place was the worst place I've ever stayed at. I've always stayed at Best Westerns, but this was no Best Western I'm familiar with. It starts with the front desk. The representative rushed me through check in. Briefly mentioned that the music in the lobby would continue until late in the evening- some D- lounge singer. Then they advertised a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, it was reeked of smoke from a bonfire outside and we could hear music whether it was from the lobby or from some outside area, I couldn't identify. Here's where it gets interesting. I go down to the front desk to ask for an accommodation and I'm given two options, stay and live with it or check out. I opted to check out and asked for 15 minutes to gather our belongings, which was granted. When I immediately returned to the room to give my wife the good news, the door barely closed when there was a knock at the door. It was a front desk assistant and a security guard to oversee us pack, like we were criminals. Then the phone in the room rang and it was the front desk representative asking me if there was a problem. I asked, "What happen to the 15 minutes?" Apparently, they have nothing but derelicts staying in this place, and they charge like it's a Four Seasons. I don't know what they think they have there, but unless you're on acid, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I did complain to corporate, but no response.

We stayed for a romantic weekend. We got placed in a room directly over a system for the Air conditioning and ventilation. Sounded like a 777 outside the room. SO if you went to the balcony you did get to smell whatever was cooking in the kitchen as well. No towels at the pool.

The staff at this hotel was super nice. The location and views were exceptional. I ate in the bar area twice during my stay and the food was incredible not to mention the bar staff was super friendly. The rooms sleeping rooms were clean and comfortable but the ball room where we had our event could have used a remodel. Overall, a great place to stay.

Family and friends gathered to celebrate my Sons wedding! He and his beautiful Bride were married onsite of the hotel. We blocked out a lot of rooms for the weekend. The entire hotel staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Thank you for a great weekend

Can't remember the room # we stayed in but it was on the first floor at the end of the Hotel where it meets the water. Very nice accommodations, clean well appointed, Would stay here again if in the area.

Come every year with our golf friends for a few days. Hotel is right on the water, great lounge and a fantastic waitress "Roz" that we all enjoy being served by her. Some of the waitresses in the restaurant have been there for all the years we have been going - and we enjoy seeing them. Feels like you are going to your away from home - home. Great beds, really comfy. Fairly quiet air conditioner.

Silverdale is a great town and this hotel has a primo spot! We had a water view from our comfortable room. There is a nice walking trail with benches near the water, so be sure to take advantage of the surroundings and enjoy the peaceful environment! There is nice Northwestern design touches throughout. Be sure to ask for a room with a water view-you'll get a balcony! Breakfast is about $5-7 (not included, but at a discount for guests) but is worth enjoying in the huge restaurant space. This hotel won't disappoint you!

One of the basic things I need is A/C on a warm day. Our room was warm, and the A/C couldn't even touch the heat in the room. It was only mid seventies outside. Once the sun went down we had to open the slider and leave it open most of the night. Also, it was a little room for $290. The hotel has good service and many other things to recommend it, but comfort and A/C is something I cannot do without.

While traveling around the Olympic National Forest we stopped in Silverdale. Thought the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel quiet and comfortable. Within walking distance of several restaurants or just a nice stroll near the water. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in.

We booked a room at this motel on the BW website – a room with a king bed, balcony and water view. More about that in a moment. When we arrive to check-in, the one clerk was busy talking to someone on the phone – it sounded like an argument. At no time did she acknowledge us and we stood there waiting for a good 15 minutes. Finally, someone showed up from the office and did the check-in. There was no acknowledgement that we were rewards members. I also gave this person my $20 BW Gift Card and he said he would take care of it. More about that later. We went to check out the room as we usually do before moving in. Well, no water view but a great view of the parking lot. Back to the front desk and complained. We got moved to a room with water view, but two queens instead of a king. These rooms are fairly small and two queens kind of takes up a lot of room, but we moved in. Surprisingly, there were no chairs on the balcony. This is NOT what we have come to expect from a BW PLUS. The next day we went to the lobby to read as the seating in our room left a lot to be desired. The lobby was quite comfortable with lots of seating. We couldn't help but noticing the long line of people trying to check-in. Nor good considering the counter had two check in stations. Checking out – we received our invoice but the $20 credit was not on it. Fortunately, Alex took care of it. At least they have one competent person at the front desk. Thank you Alex. Now for a positive comment – The motel's location is great – we might even stay there again

The staff is super friendly and my room was spotless! I got a room facing the water, which was totally worth it. The only complaint I have, is that the rooms are a little small for the price, and the outside of the building is a little dated. Other than that, the stay was wonderful and definitely needed. I loved the huge pool and hot tub, as well as the comfy bed.

We were at this hotel for a short meeting. Walked by the bar area and went in. They have a fantastic beach front patio. We walked in and ordered an early dinner, which just happed to be happy hour. Yeah. Had a great pizza and drinks, along with excellent service from the young man running the bar. Because it was a weekday, and early in the day, around 3:00, we had the patio all to ourselves. The sun was out and a beautiful day. We'll be back.

This was a very nice hotel with an equally nice restaurant on the ground floor. Quiet at night, comfortable beds, The 3rd floor room had a beautiful water view and there was a pretty walking trail around the hotel.

This hotel is the most beautiful and cost friendly hotel I've ever stayed at! Gorgeous views, right on the beach. Balcony rooms overlooking the ocean! Beds and pillows that you could sleep all day in! Breakfast that feels like fine dining over an ocean view! Dinner menus in the restaurant that are priced at the same budget as any other restaurant in Washington, but so much better taste! Overall, best hotel experience I've ever had. Completely relaxing! Jake at the front desk is amazing too and really made the stay so comfortable with everything we needed for this Texan family. Will ALWAYS stay here from now on.

Friendly staff & located right on the water. We had the bottom suite that's doors opened to a patio & you could walk to the waters edge. Next time we'll stay on an upper floor so we can sleep with our door open to hear the water al night. The room was oddly shaped, but the view made up for it. We'll definitely stay here again if we come back to town.

Clean hotel, room. Offers full service dining room but does charge for breakfast. Lake area out behind hotel and walking paths near by. This is major shopping area so anything you'd probably want is available as are several fast food spots. We enjoyed a non-fast food spot, Hope s& Pops, across the parking lot.

Great service, nice people and the never ending tide changes are fun to watch... But this is one of those older places that has central air and heat.. There are no individual room units just sluggish vents. You are at the mercy of where the central unit is set (heat or AC)... Ours didn't work well. We were a long, long way from the central unit...on a hot summer day ask for a room close to the south end where the central air/heat is located. However those units only have one King bed..

They didn't honor my military retirement and some of the facilities was not clean like the pool. But they have a great sauna. But location is great for a family. There was so many things food and shopping around this place you would be happy.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and beautiful views. We stayed one night and wanted to extend two more but they were booked so we went elsewhere for a night and came back to finish our trip. Best decision. Wish we could've stayed longer.

My mom and sisters and I were planning a gettaway to rest and pamper ourselves. We decided to book a double queen room. I called a few days beforehand to ask if there was room for an inflatable mattress since there would be 5 of us plus 2 infants. Haley let me know that the double queen rooms were already at capacity, and another bed just would not fit. She said the King Larger room would work great for us, and even lowered the price to fit in our budget. The room worked GREAT! 1 king bed, 1 couch bed, and plenty of floor space. We used 2 inflatable mattresses, and probably could have squeezed in another too. Our stay was wonderful. Our room had a jetted tub, which was so nice, and comfy robes awaited us after a soak bath. The view from our small balcony was breathtaking! The breakfast was great with so many yummy options. Something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. And the view from the pool room is gorgeous. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable, and I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Friendly and professional staff, especially at the front desk. Food at the restaurant is great but the service can be slow on Friday nights (excellent prime rib!). Nice central area. Staff in lounge friendly and attentive.

Short distance to food. (Dont eat at the resturant there). Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. For the price I expected better sheets and towels. Complmentary coffee and water was nice. Enjoyed the pool, spa wasnt working. Sitting outside and walking the path by the water was beautiful. the hotel seemed pretty quiet. Breakfast had plenty of options for $5.

We needed a last minute place to stay. I called the reception desk directly and the front desk manager was quick to help. This is a beautiful place. The rooms are decorated elegantly. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a variety of great choices. The biscuits and gravy were almost as good as my Moma's. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable room and possibly the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Several restaurants in walking distance, the food at the restaurant in the hotel was good too and a nice little bar in the hotel.

We chose this hotel for its location near a wedding we were attending, a quick 1-night stay with our 2 young kids, and we wanted an indoor pool. It met our expectations. The room was perfectly fine. I'm not sure if many rooms around us were being used but we did not hear anybody - very quiet. The pool was nice (just a couple degrees warmer and it would have been fantastic). Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Only complaint, which is something I've noticed and disliked with a couple of other Best Westerns, is that the pillows are so lumpy!

Wonderful location for my annual Mothers of Multiples Club convention. Great price. The rooms are a little small but the beds were comfortable. Recommend for a weekend get-away or a small conference or convention.

This hotel was in a great location overlooking the water. There was a nice walking trail and the hotel is very up to date and comfortable. The pool was fabulous with its view of the water and it's perfect for swimming laps. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Everything was in working order and very clean.

We had an end room and brought our 2 dogs...were able to walk right out onto trail and doggy area. Wonderful water view and all around good place to stay. They have pool and restaurant, but we didn't try them because, dogs...

The Best Western Plus in Silverdale,WA is my “go-to” place to stay. Rooms have great views, it's centrally located, the staff is more than helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable and I recommend staying here to everyone I work with that travels to the area for work.

We now have relatives living and working in the Bremerton area. This is our 3rd trip to visit and this will be our first choice for a place to stay. We had a wonderful room. The great grandkids (and Opa) enjoyed the pool. Us old folks enjoyed walking around especially the beach. The view from the room was nice. We will be using this hotel again

hotel staff were nice and efficient on checking us in. the room was very tidy and beds were very comfy. check out was very express. even though this hotel was nice and friendly i wish this site had complimentary breakfast this is the first best western that did not offer that choice.

This is the favorite BW hotel I have stayed in. My second stay here and I will be back. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view and grounds are wonderful. Best of all the rate is very reasonable. I had excellent WiFi service throughout the facility. The restaurant and bar are excellent The food and service was outstanding. The breakfast did not disappoint and Cora is as sweet as always. Stay here if your in the area you will not be disappointed.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The location could not be better and you are near a mall and a ton of restaurants and amenities . I would give that a five-star rating....the service is a whole other level . We purchased a Groupon which meant our trip was paid in full including taxes. upon arrival we were told that they needed a card for incidentals, no problem. BUT the girl ended up running my card for two nights rate. when I explained to her we had already paid via Groupon she continued to argue with me and told me no, I had booked it through either Expedia or Booking.com. I had to pull up my Groupon and show her my receipt and all. Still no apology, just kept arguing with me and then finally found that there was a problem with my reservation. the next day our room keys would not work! they had checked us out! Our Groupon was for a 2 night stay. I asked if the manager please give me a call. Upon check out there was a manager on duty and I explained what all had happened. she hardly said they were sorry! I would've expected a lot better customer service .

The grounds and inside the room and hotel were wonderful. I wish we had our pet with us! I would definitely go back to enjoy the outside patio area and the water view! The breakfast buffet was wonderful for only $5.00 per adult! It was a perfect start to our day!

The staff was friendly. When we got to our room the ac was not working. We had to switch rooms. The room we were switched to seemed smaller and we do not have as good of a view. There was a dog show. The hotel was busy and I heard dogs barking early morning. We may try the hotel again when traveling through. We will see. By the reviews and pictures I expected a little better.

Right by the water with many rooms getting a great view. They had a martini bar, pool, restaurant, and a large continental breakfast also overlooking the water. Staff was courteous and outgoing. There were stairs to take to the waterfront when the tide was out.

Great location and amenities. Overlooking the water. Close to.all the stores and restaurants. They have a nice courtyard out back to sit and enjoy the day or night. There is a walking path also around the back to take a lesurely stroll.

Everything I needed, and comfortable. I like the shower water pressure, and the convenience to just about everything I needed in the area. The staff was great. It was the lack of needing anything which was most notable.

If ur going for a couples getaway would not recommend unless u like to hear kids at 730 in morning running and screaming passed ur room. Good for families. I would not go back for just the two of us but would if taking my kids along.

I had stayed at this hotel last summer and was impressed with the room so the wife and decided to stay here again while visiting family. I received a phone call a few days before my reservation saying the pool was shut down and was given a chance to change reservation. On this phone call I asked for a specific room but was told it was already booked. I then asked for anything on the top floor, twice. When I arrived and was checking in I asked again 3 more times for the top floor. The gal that I had spoken to on the phone earlier in the week was there and told the person that was helping me to give me a voucher for the lounge for having to say no to me for my specific room request. as I was heading for the elevator I notice they put me on the second floor, I turned and asked why they did that and was told the 3rd floor was not finished being cleaned. I had also asked about gluten free options and wasa told they really don't have many, "a few boxes of cereal they keep in the back" is what I was told. So as a Platinum member I did not recieve the option for snacks or extra points and I did not get the floor I requested. If they had said, "We're not done cleaning that floor, can you come back in 1 hour"? I would not have an issue. This is an older hotel and you can hear almost everything. The guests above you that come back late, get up several times during the night, and then leave early in the morning. The climate control works well but was noisy. We normally run a fan all night so we tried to turn on the "fan only" setting and it was disabled and could only leave it on auto. The king sized mattress had 2 compacted areas so if you tried to roll over, you ended up in the same place and I ended up with a sore back in the morning.

I could not drive legally, and the Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel provided the ideal place to relax after my medical procedure. Additionally, the amenities including the room, bed and bathroom were great. The breakfast was excellent too. The desk personnel were positive, helpful and kind. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Silverdale.

Good rooms, good service, good rates. A little better than some, not as good as others. Everything is just as expected here, I think that the last snowfall has everyone worn out. We would happily come back, hopefully not finding the staff worn out.... I gather the food totally ran out a couple of days ago.....

My wife and I have gone here for Anniversaries and Valentine Days. Across the water from Seattle this Best Western Plus is in the smaller town of Silverdale, right on a salt water bay. The room was spacious and clean with a water view. The indoor pool and hot tub were warm and clean. Through Groupon we enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Silverdale has lots of good eating places, a mall and other good shopping.

I definitely would not waste your money here. From beginning to end this was a very disappointing stay. We arrived very early and were informed to come back at 2:00. We returned at 3:00 to hear there is no way anyone will be getting a room until the 4:00 check in time. We then returned promptly at 4:00 to see a line winding through the lobby of people checking in since everyone had to wait until exactly 4:00. Honestly, I have never seen anything like this and I have stayed at numerous hotels. It was absolutely ridiculous. We finally got our room and headed to the pool which was extremely hard to find ( no signs other than one in the elevator which if you happen to miss you are out of luck ) a hotel guest finally directed us to the right direction. We then walked down the dirty grimy FREEZING basement hallway and up stairs to the pool which looked beautiful in the pictures but had a lot to be desired in person. It was overly chlorinated and my daughters could hardly stay in it because it was stinging their eyes. It was also cloudy and dirty ( stuff floating in it like fingernail polish ) and everyone was eating and drinking beside it. The hot tub was luke warm definitely not hot. There were no pool towels. Also there was a homeless man sleeping right outside the pool building who also went to the bathroom outside of the window in the bushes. Our room had a band aid and pistachio shells in the corner from a previous guest, and only one of the numerous outlets worked in the room. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors tv and talking through the entire evening and half the night. The breakfast system is another very quirky part to this hotel, as some are included and some not. The kids had to wait 20 minutes to make waffles since their was only one waffle maker. Finally when we all got to eat we had wished we had just skipped the breakfast since we now had a waitress appear with a bill that we had to pay since apparently only half of us were included. Overall this was by far the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had and will stay away from Best Westerns the next time I book a hotel. I wish we had not wasted our money here and very much regret the decision to come here.

Up front, my review is influenced by the 100 year snow storm which Silverdale experienced on/around 11-14 February. Check-in: The experience was good. Check-in was effective and efficient. Though I wondered why the 2 x young ladies were wearing arctic gear, gloves, beanies, etc. and the lobby was so cold. I guess management can't look at the weather forecast and make a quick run to Home Depot and rent some space heaters to assist with heating the lobby during periods of adverse conditions. The room: Room was nice, and clean. Though this appears to be a frame construction hotel, and we did experience some noise during our stay - Business travelers with tight schedules whom need sleep be forewarned. Housekeeping: awesome, and very attentive. TV/DirecTV: We experienced outages for nearly 2 x solid days. Not very cool while being snowed in. Internet: The internet dragged. The Bar/Restaurant: Not too much to say about the dated bar. Seating is generally poor, and I'm guess that the bar is just not generally staffed and generally doesn't receive that many visitors. I found it sadly humorous that the bar was out of food at 1900-ish during the snow-in, and was giving last call by 1915. Unfortunately, this was the same night as all the other restaurants were closed due to weather. Insomuch, we would've tried the food on two separate nights, but there was none to try. Guess we were fortunate that we had prepped with Ramen noodles from Safeway. Breakfast Restaurant: I found it curious that when two people are on the reservation, only one gets “free” breakfast. However, the cost of 5.45 wasn't bad for the Continental plus buffet - which one would expect to get free elsewhere. And service/assistance was excellent during the week. Parking lot: I was blown away that no snow removal occurred during the entire week. There was only one night that this really impacted us, the night that we couldn't get the car out of the space (got stuck and had to push it back in to keep from blocking traffic), and this was one of the nights the bar ran out of food. Snow was finally melting as the rains came toward Friday, and followed by warmer temperatures. Was just really surprised that management/owner allowed semi/dangerous conditions via icy/deep snow covered parking lot to persist Check-out: No concerns, and was good. Synopsis: An acceptable stay, though nothing that really makes us want to return.

I usually stay 2 or 3 times a year. Very comfy and relaxed while staying all the time. I like beach front room. The view from the room is so nice and it make me so quiet. Room is so clean and bedding is also comfortable. Staff is also usually very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much.

This Best Western is a great place to stay. It is located nearby a shopping mall, various places to eat close by and sits right by the water. There is a nice paved walking trail around the water. The rooms are clean, the lobby large and you can eat right in the hotel. There is also plenty of parking.

The room was comfortable and a bit bigger than most hotel rooms. The beds were very comfortable. I reserved a view room, but only received a partial view of the water and a complete view of the parking lot. The pool was warm and clean. The lounge and restaurant had ample choices for every meal. The location was close to all amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Best of all were the staff. Every staff member we saw were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Nice hotel for a short getaway. View was relaxing. Breakfast buffet had lots of food options for myself and kids. Pool area is nice, warm and clean! Spa was perfect. We will plan to stay here again. Short drive from ferry with lots of shopping and food places close by.

Great live music on a Friday evening. Pleasant outlook to the patio with fire pits. This is really a nice facility. Unfortunately it was very difficult to get served for food and drinks. The place doesn't seem to have enough staff. The menu is very heavily meat based and portions are huge. I ordered from the appetizer menu which was enough for dinner. I would like to see more fruit and vegetables on the menu.

Beautiful view, large swimming pool and hot tub, hot sauna, comfy room, large breakfast, friendly helpful staff, walking distance to stores and restaurants. This is my go to place to get away when I need a mama sanity break.

A nice hotel in a good location we had a nice big room with views across the water the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. the breakfast buffet was amazing value at $7 each with a good choice of food.

Enjoyed the view of the bay from our room, and the walk on the trail around the bay from the property. The breakfast staff was just great, especially considering that we were a bit late, trying to accomodate our elderly dad.

Our first impression was “wow” just exactly what Groupon advertised and better. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. We all enjoyed our stay and If travel back to Seattle we will be returning back to this location. Beautiful scenery and we were close to the local stores, restaurants and parks.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly. The only thing a little disappointed is that if you travel with a little baby, they actually only have a pack n go instead of a real crib. And the person who dilivers the pack n go doesn't know how to install. And I saw uncleaned cookies in the pack n go. But overall the hotel is nice to stay. Especially the breakfast they provide is really valuable with a wide range of selection!

We came on a Groupon deal and was treated like royalty upon check on to check out !We had a waterfront view which was amazing staff was amazing the room was pretty darn good too and enjoy the pool and hot tub!Free breakfast daily which had many options to choose from including some dairy-free almond milk for those of you that are lactose intolerant.We were able to get directions from the very friendly helpful front desk to take the ferry over to Seattle which was very fun!Weather was wonderful enough that we even kayak in January!

Visited over NYE2018 on a groupon deal. Despite the adverse exchange rate between CAD and USD we would consider this a good value for money. Clean comfortable rooms (very comfortable bed), fantastic water view, very friendly and helpful staff in in all areas of the facility, good hot breakfast selection and good dinner menu in restaurant. You can order pizza from the lounge for a more casual dining option.

Awesome Room and Bed so comfy. Free Breakfast and nice pool and Hacuzzi. The only thing I was disapointed in was the website said if you find the room cheaper they would adjust the price. Which they wouldnt do upon arrival.

Everything I experienced with this Hotel was above and beyond excellent compared to some of the hotels I have stayed in over the years. I will recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel as their stay will be awesome.

The indoor pool is a fantastic place to take the kids on a rainy Washington day. The view of Dyes Inlet is tranquil, with easy access to a pleasant walking path and the breakfast variety is great for active families!

The staff at the front desk and restaurant make this the ideal spot for me when traveling the Bremerton Silverdale area. Great people and a great staff I highly recommend them for business and leisure anytime of the year.

We had a good stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but it took several tries to get a crib in the room. The lobby is outdated, but the rooms are modernized. The AC unit would keep getting stuck on hot or cold. The maintenance team was prompt.

Great get away, the hotel is very nice and the staff are exceptional. There is not a lot to do right in Silverdale other than walking and bike riding trails (very nice), but Bremerton is close with things to do. We actually used the hotel facilities for our 3 night stay and had a great get-away for Thanksgiving. The view of the bay and the peacefulness was quite nice.

Had a great experience. Was a last minute stay from our weekend in the San Juans.Room was great, we had a pet. Room opened right out to the courtyard and the Walking trails and beach. Service and staff was excellent.

This is our favorite hotel in town. Excellent staff members make sure every guests needa are met. The onsite breakfast buffet and martini lounge make it easy to get a meal any time of the day. We have stayed at this hotel many times, and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Dont go here. We were afraid to take our shoes off. Old, dirty and smelly, just emagin the worst And it cost $180 a night! The girl at the front desk refused to give us a refund unless she thought it stunk, obviously she didn't think so. All the positive reviews you read are paid for!

Silverdale Beach Hotel is a high quality spot. Water view rooms are great! There are plenty of dining options close by, and amenities in the hotel are a rare treat for a suburban location like this. I highly recommend this spot.

Great hotel, nice location. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Location was close to restaurants and bars, easy commute to the Naval Base. Olympic National Park is close as well. Easy drive to the ferry terminal.

We used the Best Western Silverdale Beach Hotel to house our small group of 23 folks in town for a training at an off site location. Two of our folks were Elite members and we all met in their BEAUTIFUL room with an outdoor area for a private wine social one night. Customer service was great and hotel sales staff were extremely easy to work with- thank you!

The hotel staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. Those that have been there longer remember us when we return between trips!! They make us feel special!! The check in and check out are very easy!! The location of the Best Western Beach h Hotel is perfect. Our room faced the water and was beautiful!!

Great location! Hotel staff exceptional -very accommodating and kind. Room and bathroom very clean and well maintained. Excellent view of the water front. Loved the lighted fire over looking the beach. Very pleased with our stay.

Hotel is located on the water, which is a plus. It has ample parking and is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff were also very nice. The only issue I have was that the thermostat in my room was not working and the fan for same was loud. I finally just shut it off. I haven't eaten here so I can't review that area. A real plus for this location is that the Bremerton-Kitsap Airport Shuttle stops here. If you don't want to drive to SeaTac, this is a great place to spend the night and leave your car for a reasonable daily rate.

We drove down from Vancouver BC through Whidbey Island and across the ferry to Port Townsend and then down to Silverdale. What a lovely drive. It was slightly drizzling rain out but it was worth stopping at Rosario Beach. What we loved about the hotel? 1. The location on the bay, the beach, the trails 2. The staff was welcoming and helpful 3. The lobby was clean, spacious and had hot coffee even in the evening. 4. Our room was King Size bed with ocean view which was beautiful 5. The breakfast buffet. It is so worth getting the buffet with your hotel as there is so much selection and good food. Waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, pancakes, sausages. granola etc, etc, This trip was a little get away for us and it was a perfect mix. I was concerned as it was Canadian Thanksgiving Long weekend and I thought perhaps it would be crowded and loud with too many families and kids in the pool. But it wasn't and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool. We only wish we had booked 2 nights and enjoyed a little longer.

We had a third floor water view room with two queen size beds. Very small room. Only one (desk) chair. NO chairs on the balcony overlooking the water. So, when we were in the room, the second (third or fourth) person needed to sit on a bed. Very uncomfortable sitting position. We were expecting to relax with our morning coffee and at the end of the day sitting on the outside deck, however, no chairs! We did notice outside chairs on the ground level rooms. We would not have paid the extra $ for water view if we had known. We stayed 4 nights. The first 3 days our room was cleaned and made up as it should have been, except for the last day. The bed covers were just thrown up to the pillows and sort of folded back, like a twelve yr old would make a bed. Coffee was replenished, however the coffee area was not cleaned up nor did we receive bar soap (our use bar soap was taken from the bath) or coffee creamer/sugar packets. Trash was not emptied. I went down to the front desk numerous times to ask for replacements and to advise of the room cleaning that morning, however each time I was there, there were at least two-three customers waiting for assistance. I finally gave up and took our needed coffee items from the lobby and we did without the bar soap. Although non of these are big issues, we expected more from this hotel.

The problem with staying in Seattle is that the city has freakishly heavy traffic, and an enormous bustle. So, I decided to try and find a spot outside the city. It turns out if you're willing to drive about an hour outside the Seattle/Tacoma area, you have some very nice choices. I opted for the BW Plus Silverdale Beach hotel, as it featured (from the website) a martini bar. And, indeed, it has a martini bar where you can order items off the restaurant menu. This hotel is scenic and peaceful, and very convenient to a number of Olympic peninsula attractions. Be advised that there is something you'll want to be aware of when booking: the breakfast every morning is complimentary ONLY if you've purchased that as an option at the time of your booking. Otherwise, breakfast in the hotel's breakfast nook will set you back $5.50. Other than that caveat, the hotel is clean, very modern, and has very friendly, customer service focused staff members.

My wife and I We stayed here for one night. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. We enjoyed evening drinks on the outdoor balcony overlooking the water. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in this area.

The stay at this hotel was a recommendation from a relative who lives in the area. Turns out they did not disappoint. The view from the hotel over the water was beautiful. The service was as also good even though I lost article and they found it and returned to me. The BWP Silverdale Beach Hotel is wonderful FULL SERVICE hotel. We loved our room, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, the views, the restaurant... everything. The sad part is that the rooms seem to have very poor noise insolation. At 1:30am, I could heard the neighboring room's TV. I mean, I can make out the words and tell you what commercials played between scenes. I could hear snoring coming from another room. In the morning, I heard the neighbor's conference call. I had a very poor nights sleep... both nights of our stay. It's sad because this hotel is truly TOPS in every other way. It's possible that we just had some really loud neighbors... both nights. You decide. The martini bar was great. The food and drinks were wonderful. Walking along the water's edge and watching the tide come and go was restful. And the staff was awesome!

Lovely setting on scenic Dyes Inlet, but hotel is old and rundown. Need to improve on cleanliness and amenities that don't function. Hotel staff very polite and professional. Ridiculous to charge for the breakfast buffet at those room prices.

I attended a wedding at this hotel this past weekend and it was an A++ experience. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped (microwave and refrigerator), and had a lovely balcony overlooking the water. The wedding was held outside on the lawn by the shore on a spectacularly beautiful day. The reception was in a lovely tent nearby. The food was excellent (both reception and breakfast buffet). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was coffee and fruit water available in the lobby and the fireplaces were always lit, making it very inviting.to linger there. Overall, it was a terrific stay and I hope to bring the family back again!

Decent hotel with awesome views of the sound. Location was very good and bad easy access to the Naval Base. Restaurant was good as well. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant.

We were welcomed by a very friendly/accommodating staff and appreciated the lady giving us a nice ocean view upon arrival. She answered my questions about local eats/bar but since it was a Sunday, places i was looking for were very limited. So we opted to try the lounge/bar with my husband as soon as we checked in. Very impressed with the ocean view from the bar and how about the delicious bar food! Our waitress mentioned it's happy hour so we took advantage not knowing the actual deals taking place. So i wasn't happy seeing my tab end of the night compared to what I'm accustomed during happy hours elsewhere! I think she should've been more transparent what the happy hour deals are and i could've given her a better tip than 10% that i had given her. Overall the happy hour discount needs improvement but the overall stay was excellent and will be bringing back our kiddos soon at a much better weather to enjoy the hotel and surroundings.

You can't beat the location right on the beach but only a short walk to shopping, restaurants and other businesses. Plan on beach combing, dress appropriately for the weather, pack fixings for s'mores to make at the fire pit and borrow the hotel bikes to cruise through old town. Finally relax in the heated indoor pool and whirlpool, which have full beach views. Onsite restaurant is excellent and there is a big hall for meetings. The workout area and sauna need updating but you may just not have enough time to notice.

Not sure how many people consider this place clean but it's not. Housekeeping has a hard time cleaning rooms. Would not fix drain in shower when requested, it was very disgusting with the water backing up in tub.

The Best Western Silverdale has a beautiful waterfront view, friendly staff, very large, well-appointed rooms and comfy beds. Food in the bar and restaurant was delicious! It was our first visit to Silverdale and we highly recommend staying here.

This was used on a bicycle trip. Check in went well and room was ready at 2:30 which was nice. They did not fuss about bring the bicycle in the hotel also a good thing. Hallway carpet a bit old but it was clean, room was as you'd expect. Good marks on everything except at $160 per night (all in) you would think they would not want to charge you $7 a piece for breakfast.

Only there for the night which was too bad. Would have liked to walk the path by the water, or played bags, or relaxed with a drink on the patio. Is it a five star hotel, no but it's well priced, comfortable and you can opt for the breakfast buffet for $5 before you hit the road. No issues!

We have always stayed in the western wing of the hotel, but this time ended in the eastern portion, Room 351. This was supposed to be a view room, but the sliding glass doors were permanently fogged and moldy inside, so we could not enjoy the view. Mind you, we stayed 7 nights and this was the only room available, supposedly, which is very strange since we made the reservation 8 months ahead. You would think a nice room would have been assigned to us since we were staying that long, but no. We stay in Silverdale often to see family and next time I will pay a little more and stay at the Oxford Inn and Suites.

We stayed the night before flying back to Michigan. The room is large but the bathroom is small. Nice facility, clean, lobby and hallways need to be updated. Family friendly, restaurant on site. Family friendly.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and ocean view. Our room even had a fireplace! Hotel staff especially accommodating. Convenient location. Breakfast available at discount for hotel guests. Clean, modern. Loved the size of the room. Very comfortable. Wish we had planned to stay longer!

I love this place. Perfect location has bar, dining (the food is actually good) and a perfect view of the inlet bay. Staff are great. Place is clean and rooms with an inlet bay view. Breakfast is $5.00 when you stay and the breakfast is fantastic. All you can eat eggs, bacon, sauge and biscuit. Healthy alternative fruit and cereal. It even has Almond milk.

My husband and I stayed here after backpacking in Olympic National Park - we always like to stay somewhere with a pool/hot tub to relax our muscles after putting them through a lot of work. This was a convenient place to stop between the park and the airport too - as we were flying out the next day. Overall, Silverdale was a really nice little area to visit. There are lots of restaurats nearby too. We arrived early and they got us a room a couple hours before check in which was REALLY appreciated - but shouldn't be expected, right? All of the employees were very nice and service was quick. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The room overall was large but the only bad thing was that our bathroom was really small. It was hard to navigate around the door, toilet and shower by myself, and when my husband was trying to get in there to get ready, well that was a fun game of Twister. It doesn't have free breakfast, but it's only $5 for the all you can eat buffet which had a wide variety of pretty decent quality food. The breakfast staff was wonderfully friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Arrived early and the front desk Personnel took care of us got us in our room with an early check-in room was clean beds were nice hotel was clean Lobby was beautiful The View was awesome love my stay there. The only problem was breakfast the next morning it was $7 a person after we were told it was 5 no big deal 5:7 who cares but everything was cold cold eggs cold sausage I recommend the hotel I would not recommend the breakfast what are restaurants in the area go out to breakfast otherwise the staff was awesome of you is beautiful and the hotel is a wonderful place to stay I will return

stayed one night while on holiday. great view of lake and mountains, Breakfast was very good and very friendly staff, Check in and out went very smoothly. rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Good location with lots to do close by.

Stayed here before our move from Washington State. The first floor was great for us and our dogs. Employees are fabulous. Compared to other hotels in the area, this is a steal! Dye's inlet paired with great outdoor seating and a beer completes the space. Close to PLENTY of restaurants, including the bar in the hotel itself. Plenty of shopping. The Ferry is not too far either!

The view from my room window was unbelievable, overlooking the “Puget Sound” waters with a flock of ducks swimming by. It was completely relaxing after a day of work. The room was very clean and furnishings were quit new and up to date. As for the bed well I drifted off to sleep with no problems what so ever. There are ample shopping opportunities within a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Access to the major freeway system is just a short distance from the hotel and easily identifiable. And the Staff was the best very courteous, helpful and always at the ready to make my stay more enjoyable. Best Western Silverdale gets a two thumbs up!!

Stayed here a couple nights while visiting our son who is stationed at the nearby sub base. Very comfortable room with ocean view. Pleasant staff & nice full breakfast buffet for $5 for guests. We didn't use the pool, but it is bigger than a lot of hotel pools. Airport shuttle pickup service is available to SeaTac.

Nice location--easy access to main road (without being too noisy), shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful view of the inlet. ( If possible, request a room with a view of the inlet.) Best check-in experience we've had in quite some time--the receptionist was super friendly, helpful, and personable. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced ($5 + tax and tip) and well worth it--good variety of hot foods, ability to make toast or waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice etc. Great view of the inlet as you eat too. There is also a nice, paved walking path along the "edge" of the water.

Called a week ahead and booked a top floor room. We always have problems with heavy footed people above when we don't. I arrive at the hotel to be told that we're on the ground floor. I almost walked out then, and should have. The desk clerk was very nice and tried to help but there were no rooms available on the top so we settled for the second floor. Except for the luke warm shower all was ok until about 10pm, our typical bedtime. The person above arrived and stomped back and forth and moved chairs etc. The people on both sides were blaring their tvs and there were noisy people in the hall. About 11pm we gave up and each took an ambien to sleep. Mine wore off at 4am and the tvs were still blaring so another ambien to get back to sleep. Needless to say I was in terrible condition for meetings the next day. And we paid nearly $200. for this! Breakfast was another $5. + tax each and wasn't worth it. Coffee was terrible and my wife couldn't drink the "orange juice" . Our first & last time at a BW+!

I was here for a convention of about 60+ former Marines and their spouses. We walked in the door after a long day coming from the other side of the state. Tired and just wante to get my room and unpack. A smiling face and a cheerful “are you checking in” was the first indication of how friendly every one working there really was. The room was very clean and very well maintained. The bathroom could have been just a little bit larger but it was well appointed. The food on site was good. Breakfast is either good or it isn't. It was good and you weren't limited on what, or how much, you took. I heard none of my brothers and sisters complain. We are, by and large, a nitpicking group so no complaints is highly unusual. Lunch was the same thing but not a buffet. No complaints heard. Dinner was great; good variety and very well prepared. The staff was very helpful when I needed things set up for a Memorial service. It was outside overlooking the water. Problems were anticipated and resolved quickly. Again every one was both professional and very friendly. Housekeeping staff was spot on. If I have to be in this area again this is where I will stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times while visiting our daughter who was stationed at the Bremerton Naval Base and for other various activities in the area over the last several years. Always had an awesome experience staying at this hotel. Beds are very comfortable and we always get an excellent night's sleep. We enjoy the beauty of the location on the inlet and the proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Very nice hotel, not a lot of choice in Silverdale. We visited from out of state and stayed for six nights at this hotel. The staff was very good, room was clean except for the carpet. They have plumbing issues because the tub and sink both drained very slowly. The food and bar are great and so is the service and the view.

Our experience was great. We were a family of four with 2 small children. The pool is a good size, with a gorgeous view of the inlet. There were laundry facilities. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved this place and staff. The front desk lady on afternoon to evening was amazing and enjoyable. I think her name was Trudy. Give her a raise. The cleaning staff, great too. The room was clean, quiet and comfy beds and linens. Definitely a great location for the dogs too as they could eat on the patio with us. And the walking path with beach is great.

Folks, the Silverdale Beach Hotel is one of the best properties you will stay at. The atmosphere is great. Patio area makes it feel like your backyard. Water views are inviting and luxurious. These folks serve the best hotel breakfast period! You will enjoy your stay.

We placed our reservation on the BW app, painless! The staff were attentive and engaging. The hotel was clean but you could tell it had been quite a while since the last update. Floors squeaked in places but not surprised since most hotels are like this. The bed was very comfortable, almost rivaled the at home. The room was peaceful and quiet with a great view of the bay. Our room had a gas fireplace and a whirlpool tub. The fireplace was run off a timer which at first I thought was odd but after using it I felt it was a great idea. The bathroom had an actual working fan with a timer! Unheard of anymore but I think it's a great thing. The whirlpool tub worked great and was clean and didn't cool off. The towels were nice, not scratchy and didn't smell like locker room towels. The room had a bigger than normal refrigerator/freezer that was quiet enough to not wake me during the night. The only issue I had at this hotel was the breakfast. They charge $5.00 and only had 1 gluten free option, Chex cereal. I have had the eggs and potatoes at other BW and had no issue so I had them and regretted it. I passed on the ham slices that were half fat.

We were in town for a Memorial Service for my Mom. Several other fami9ly members staying at the same hotel. In spite of the sad circumstances we had a wonderful stay. The pool and property are lovely and the staff is kind, friendly, helpful and professional. Can't rate them highly enough.

Our Room was on the third floor and faced the mountain. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. We at dinner in the restaurant downstairs and were entertained with the weekly trivia game. The food was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was some confusion about the price of the breakfast buffet. We thought it was included with the room, but it was an extra fee. The food was good but it was consistent with other BW properties where there is no extra fee. I would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

I stayed at this hotel for a week between jobs. I chose it because it was out of the city and had good ratings. I had no idea that it would be this good. First, for the business traveller it is an excellent hotel if you are working at the submarine base. Very close and easy access. For the vacationer or weekend getaway it is outstanding as well the location close to Bainbridge and the ferries puts you close to anything on this side of the sound. This is also an excellent venue for weddings, class reunions, parties and business events with a large meeting/event room. You cannot beat the view and the outside patio. Plus, there is the fire pit. The grounds were immaculate and next to a park. I couldn't have found a better place to spend a week decompressing.

Enjoyed walking our dogs and riding our bikes along the waterfront. Restaurants, Shopping Mall and multiple parks conveniently located at walking distance. Great value for location and proximity to major routes.

Enjoyed the stay except having to pay five dollars for that cold breakfast. The room was clean and nice, and the maid service was excellent. The mattress was extremely comfortable as were the pillows.

We had a view of the water from our room. Every employee was friendly and very helpful. Our room with 2 queen beds was perfect and very quiet. We enjoyed a great prime rib dinner at the restaurant. As we came in the hotel there is a large fireplace in the waiting room, warm and inviting. We will surely stay here again.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great water-front view from our room. A great value for the price of the room. I would definitely recommend this to friends or family if they needed to stay in the area.

Value for your Money. Great location, central to many area attractions, right on the water Puget sound, wonderful service and sumptuous breakfast; at nominal price; It is close to shopping and many restuarants. we plan to come back.

we were in town for an aunts 100th birthday party and we were thrilled with our room. The room was comfy, the view was great. It was a busy time but the halls were quiet which was awesome. We will be using Best Western again

I have stayed many times in this hotel and the food, service, cleanliness is always excellent. The Kitsap Airporter shuttle will drop you at the front door and there is plenty of free parking if you have your own vehicle. Breakfast buffet is very inexpensive with decent selection of hot and cold items. Restaurant menu has nice selection and good quality. The waterfront location is within walking distance of grocery, drug store, several good restaurants and it is nice to take a stroll along the footpath, or take one of the hotel bicycles for a little scenic break from work or conference. Rooms are ample size with coffee making and refrigerator - always clean and well serviced.

Nice hotel tucked in one the water. Staff gave great advice for places to visit and dine out. The pool and hot tub were clean and worked great. Overall the staff was amazing and seemed to genuinely enjoy there job and care about their guests. The location is close to several shopping centers and areas to walk. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone traveling through the area!

Web site said Breaskfast was included when we were already eating told we had to pay for Breaskfast. I spoke with the front desk about this, they only said that because I used our Triple AAA discount (mind you this only 10% discount) that Breaskfast was now no included with our hotel stay. I told the front desk that on the Bestwestern web-site the price included a Full Breaskfast. She once again said sorry no because of our getting thrTripleAAA discounts??????? MAKE SURE BREASFAST IS INCLUDED WITH OUR STAY!!!!!!

Good hotel, staff was great. Would stay again. We stayed here for a gymnastics competition. A LOT of kids were there and unfortunately they were not respectful to those that were trying to sleep. Running and screaming down the hallways as well as the parents. Besides that the hotel was good. The breakfast had a good variety. Wi-Fi was inconsistent while we were there.

Finding toe nail clippings in a bed should not ever be an option! Just saying... Expecting sheets to be cleaned between guests should be MANDATORY for all hotels. They say they do it, but obviously not. Have pictures, but will save you all the visual!

Nice hotel. Unusually nice staff. Had too much noise from large family above us for hours on a Saturday morning. Floors are terrible and creek with any movement above. Hotel should fix this and also not book large families like this with little kids on the third floor. Family was extremely disrespectful but hotel should fix the floors. Staff did talk to the family multiple times. Would not stay for this reason. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Also, bar in hotel draws local crowd for drinking at night and some sort of card games in the morning. Nice people but drinking was abundant on Friday night and they overflowed into lobby. Kept my 10 year old close and not necessarily a family environment. For adults they were all very happy and having fun so great if this is what you are looking for.

We were looking for a place to stay while celebrating our son's 30th birthday and our granddaughter's 5th birthday. We had never seen this facility and I must admit, I was a bit hesitant. Was I surprised. . . very pleasantly! The staff was AMAZING! They were so very helpful, and the breakfast was a nice change to the American continental breakfast offered by so many establishments. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well kept. We now have a place to stay (and look forward to doing so) on our next visit to Silverdale! Thank you Best Western Silverdale!!!

Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was very helpful. Good parking, very accessible to all restaurants and towns in Silverdale and surrounding community. Nice view from the beach side rooms, overall a very good experience and I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

from the time we walked in, the staff greeted us, got us into our room quickly, gave us a 20% coupon to use in the restaurant even! Free breakfast daily, which was very good!!! Rooms are comfortable and in the process of getting remodeled. Right on the water, beautiful grounds!!! Firepit was really nice! bikes to use even!! and the indoor pool was warm, (most are COLD)! I recommend eating here, their chef was incredible. the prime Rib was the best my husband has tried! Halibut and Chips were GREAT!!! and if you are a wing lover, try the hell on fire wings!!! WHEW!!! I loved this Silverdale Best Western. I noticed it was right on the water and wanted to stay there immediately. Had a great connecting room with a friend and we were able to sit in front of our windows to the water with our drinks in our own rooms and yet have the door open between us for conversation. It was a blast. The view terrific. Saw a bald eagle and other bird life on the water. Room was comfortable and staff was just wonderful.

I stayed at the Best Western for a business trip and couldn't have been happier. I was in a room that had a small balcony overlooking the lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in for a hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The rate was also very reasonable. The hotel included free breakfast which was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Very good. The location is also great. There are a ton of great restaurants in silverdale and even more in nearby small towns. Internet worked well and was free. The only criticism I have is that I could clearly hear anyone that was out on the patio which my room looked over. The hotel has a nice fire pit area next to the lake, but people tend to sit out there and talk as you'd expect. One morning, I could here the person on someone's phone. Hopefully the hotel will invest in some better sound proof doors/windows for their lakeside rooms. Still, a 5 star review since everything else was so nice.

I've lost count as to how many times my husband (sometimes our dogs) and I have stayed at this hotel. The customer service and quality of our stay is always excellent. The view, the amenities and the comfort of each room make this our favorite hotel in Silverdale.

This was my second time staying here when visiting my daughter who is stationed in the Navy close by. If you want a view of the water, you can't beat this place. We stayed in a corner room this time, and there is a balcony with a couple chairs and just a great view of the beach and water. It also had a fireplace, but instead of a chair, there is a corner ledge with a cushion you can sit on, or the desk chair. In this room, the sink is outside the shower area which is nice. The shower itself was ok, but the tub always held quite a bit of water while showering and the grout on the tiles could use some deep cleaning. The hotel is a bit worn looking, but they had a huge shipment of new furniture all around the hotel in boxes, so that may certainly spruce it up a bit when its all put away. Beware the hallways, they are cold, especially the hallway to the pool! Better wear a nice robe or coat when you go swimming. The staff here is extremely pleasant and helpful, they make up for the areas that are lacking.

Upon our arrival we were very welcomed to the Best Western Plus Silverdale Washington by Greg! We signed up for Best Western Rewards and automatically received a 10% discount on our rate PLUS WE WERE GIVEN A 20% off coupon for dinner which we decided to try as Prime Rib w/fresh asparagus , loaded baked potato and salad were one of the Friday night offerings. My husband was happy with his Woodruff Reserve “neat” during happy hour x 2! Now for our 3rd floor room. Brand new furnishings and carpet (no yucky smells) a great shower , quiet and comfortable.

We stayed here on a Sunday night that was booked on one of those travel websites. The manager kindly put us in a better room with a view of the inlet. The hotel is a bit old but the price is reasonable for what you get. The staff are very nice. When called they quickly came with fresh bedsheets for the pull out bed and brought a hair dryer. Breakfast is ok but costs just $5. (Pretty much what you would expect - cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, sliders, fruit salad, waffles, etc.) If you want a room view a view, this is the place to stay. They of course have a pool, hot tub and exercise room. There is no cost for parking. I would compare this against going to Harrison Hot Springs. Watch out for deals - they sometimes advertise on Groupon. Call the hotel first and see what they can do for you. You can get a 3-night package for around $250. Without we were at $200 CAD. There is a walkway by the water. Lots of restaurants in the area - check out happy hour, and the mall is right there (as well as Costco and Trader Joes). You get here by a quick ferry ride for $15 from one of three terminals (we took the Edmonds - Kingston crossing). If you are from Seattle, this is a close getaway. From Vancouver it takes a little over four hours, but then you can spend the whole day in Seattle or spend it shopping and avoid duty ($800 exemption). If I were to go to Silverdale again, then I would stay again. Think of it like a cheap getaway.

We got a corner king room with a jetted tub. Loved the balcony overlooking the bay. Got some great pictures! Jetted tub was a bit smaller than I expected but still nice to relax in after climbing through the USS Turner Joy. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. We seen blue herons and even a bald eagle!

Great place to stay for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for food and fun. Nothing really bad to say about this place. Best western is one of the better chain hotels around. Would definitely stay here again

Thisbhoyel has the friendliest staff!! Your treated like family. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to use any amenities. The rooms were modern and it looked as though they were being up graded due to all the many entertainment boxes on the hallway. The view is amazing of your on the water side. The pool is huge and the outdoor entertaining space looks inviting and relaxing. I only live an hour away but I would definatley stay here again.

My husband and I loved it. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean hotel and rooms. Comfy bed. Will for sure go back. It is right on the beach. They have a fire pit and took the time to make a fire even in winter. Indoor large pool, that was not packed. Loved it.

I stayed at the Best Western for four nights. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were great. The view from my room was awesome and there was a running trail located behind the hotel which ran along the water which was very nice. The gym was small but had the essentials. The price was very reasonable. I will stay here every time I visit Silverdale.

good hotel, good amenties, friendly staff, the double rooms could be a bit bigger. It was a little cramped for our family but otherwise everything else was great. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa, the breakfast buffet was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Silverdale Beach Hotel. It was great to wake up to the water, warm up by bonfires, and explore local shops. SBH is near lots of delicious local restaurants and many hikes (easy-hard) for those seeking some PNW adventure.

Nice quiet and comfortable place to stay; dogs are welcome and staff very efficient. Bed and pillow could be upgraded. Check to make sure you have shampoo and conditioner...our container was empty...but for the most part very satisfied with staff and hotel and service.

This is a gem of a place. the view from my room was fantastic. All the staff, with no exceptions were exceptional. The hotel is within walking distance from shops, restaurants, other services. The meals were excellent and the overall experience is worth the value.

Great location, friendly staff. Fire pit in the back was great not to mentions it is Waterfront property.Heated pool long enough to swim a few laps. One bedroom/ king was kind of small but nothing to complain about. Will stay here again. One of the best hotels to stay in the Silverdale area.

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. First time being in this area. Hotel is near restaurants and shopping. Hardly any traffic if your trying to get to the NAB for business. Close drive to the ferry if you want to visit Seattle instead of staying in the city. Ask for a room with the view of the bay!

Food was awful, AC was broken we had to sleep with our patio door open bathroom was to small staff (except Doug the front office manager who was amazing) were rude. rooms over priced for the view and over all quality I will never stay at this hotel again unless it is free.

Great room for a relaxing time together with a great view for the morning when you get up...and is there is anything that can be done for you it seems it will be...like asking for rose petals, chocolates, and champagne...a nice touch for such a time.

I had just a one night stay. The hotel staff were very efficient and kind. Check in, breakfast, directions and checkout went very smoothly. The location on the water is beautiful, especially from the dining area. Hand baked cookies at reception are welcoming. I would recommend you ask for a room that has had heat upgrades. Mine was not functioning well. I did learn in the morning that staff is in call throughout the night if there are any concerns. That's a plus.

This was a great place to stay in Silverdale. Easy to get to, close to local breweries and Starbucks. The front desk provided excellent service. Enjoyed the bar/lounge area and outside fire pit. It was a great place to relax. Breakfast was superb with an excellent selection of items. Pool and hot tub were great.

The best Best Western around, walking distance from restaurants, and bars, nice walking trail on Clear Creek. Right on the water with beautiful views. Easy on and off the highways. For sure a repeat stay.

We were in Washington to attend my brothers funeral and memorial. We received great service and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The front desk people were very helpful and understanding to our needs for the four days we were there.

Nice little hotel on the water. I stayed here a full week and attended a conference here. Rooms were nice, hot tub is nice and hot, and breakfast is pretty good. It is an older hotel that has been well kept with great friendly staff. A funky path to get to the pool/hot tub. I would recommend staying here and plan to bring the family here sometime.

I am a Department of Defense contractor and found this place many moons ago at the start of my career. My colleagues and I have delivered dozens of classes/workshops for DOD senior leadership, personnel and staff over the past 10+ years. The experience and support I have received as a training director, instructor and guest seems to get better each and every time I visit. My most recent experience was just five weeks ago and I back to deliver another program this week. The rates to host training events are extremely competitive. Cassandra and staff in the Sales/Catering office go well beyond the extra mile to ensure you have the best possible experience. Frankly, there are others that are also very nice, but there is nothing that even comes close in the entire area (I have tried them all ;). I would like to say thank you to all my friends at the BWSBH for their years of support, and give a special shout out to Greg and Tonya at the Front Desk, Nathan in the Martini Lounge, and Cora in the Beachfront Restaurant. When you travel/deliver training for a living, there are many factors that determine the overall success of your programs, and quality of the venue and support of the staff/team play a MAJOR role in the client/student/speaker experience. I only wish every city I traveled to/worked in had a place like the Best Western Silverdale Beach Hotel. Thanks guys, you rock!!

We stay at this hotel often. The staff is incredible. We visit with my son who is stationed in Bremerton, then usually take our 3 and 6 year old grandsons back to the hotel with us and take them in the hot tub and pool for a couple of hours. Occassionally they stay the night with us. In good weather, there is a wonderful walking trail right near the hotel. The staff go out of their way to talk to the kids about their visit which just thrills them.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The accommodations and service are exceptional. I am always greeted with a smile, and my name, when I come here. Jose, Greg and Alex, at the front desk, are always there to help me and ensure my stay is comfortable and satisfactory. Cora, in the restaurant, always greets me with a hearty "Good Morning" and makes sure my coffee cup is full. Ethan and Mike, in the lounge, always welcome me and provide some excellent conversation. The food at the breakfast buffet is hot and very tasty. I have dinner each night in the lounge, which serves the same food as the restaurant. There is an excellent choice of appetizers and entrees. I recommend the Fettucine Alfredo. If you prefer Nachos, they are piled high! I will be returning in two weeks. I look forward to my stay. It's nice to say at a hotel that makes me feel right at home.

We had a nice weekend and the kids love the indoor pool. Great location. The lobby is very nice with cookies and apples and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen at hotel. The only down turn was the Chinese food from the restaurant was horrible.

Very nice and cute little town -Silverdale. Love the hotel, the staff and everything they offer. Great stay. I recommend for get away for a day or two from the town, the crowd . The town has this charming and cute mall that you can walk around . Enjoy!

I am handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff was wonderful, helpful and very personable! We ate in the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, staff was wonderful,extremely helpful and very sweet! Overall food, passable for this type of hotel. Room was OK, very clean and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Even though my stay was a short one, (1 night for Thanksgiving) I really enjoyed it. Upon my arrival I was met by a very friendly front desk manager, who explained all the amenities and activities. My room was equipped a fridge, microwave, coffee pot w/plenty of coffee, and a very comfortable bed! The location is perfect for shopping, dinning, and less than a 1/4 mile from Harrison Medical Center. I recommend this hotel and will be staying here again!

Excellent staff I stayed there for 4 weeks best hotel I've stayed at had one small problem with a desk chair I told the front desk when I was heading to work it was replaced by the time I got back to the hotel

Clean comfortable rooms. A nice view of the inlet. If you don't want to eat in the hotel restaurant, there are plenty of food options within walking distance. Pet friendly! Dog waste stations along the walking path. They have bicycles for use here! This is a great place for a business event. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. They even have washers and dryers for use.

My wife and i stayed at the Silverdale Beach Hotel and although had a few issues that were for the most part quickly resolved by the professional staff. Renee and Greg being the highlights of the trip made any issues worth enduring. Highly recommend staying there if staff and problem resolution is important.

This hotel maintains a high level of customer service. The staff has a can-do attitude. The hotel is well maintained, beds are very comfortable and common areas are always clean and tidy. The views are picturesque and really enjoy the trails along the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for business or liesure

Spa, indoor pool, great breakfast , badaboom. why stay anywhere else. Internet works great. Channels were enough to keep you busy and room was quiet even with the stormy weather outside. the sliding glass door was nice as well, since it gives you a great view of the beach.

We had a fabulous, relaxing stay at this hotel. It was a great find and we will be returning for sure. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and it had a lovely setting on a beach, adjacent to a great walking path. Because the hotel is pet-friendly, we were able to bring our dog to enjoy it with us! The rate included breakfast so we took advantage of a bountiful buffet breakfast each morning. Lots of items to choose from and they were tasty and plentiful. Last, the hotel is very convenient to great restaurants and anything you need (shopping, movies, etc) while also being so close to nature and views. Highly recommended!

Shower faucet was broken and water would not turn off. Had to phone staff. Tub/sinks drained poorly. Told, “don't use shower. Use the other parties shower next door since you got two rooms”. This however was Not an option since that room was for the males! ?? Had four females in our room, not a good experience.

Great location, attentive staff and big breakfast spread at great value. We'll be staying with them again whenever we are in Silverdale, Washington for family visits. The view of the inlet is a plus and the nearby walks along it's edge are a perfect start of the day.

Great stay. Beautiful location and view. Kinda spendy lounge though. However, many great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Recommend "Hop Jack's" for sure! Hotel has fun professional staff. Very clean environment.

This is a great hotel with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The view was great from our water side room. Also, found plenty of room in the shower with the head easily clearing my 6'2" height. The staff was great and found the breakfast with great selections.

My wife and I love this hotel, from the beach to the fires outside, live music Friday's and Saturday nights to the comfy beds and breakfast as well, we need to have a getaway soon back to this amazing place with magnificent views

The location was perfect and beautiful! What an amazing staff! Very welcoming, friendly, professional and genuinely enjoying working there! Joel Gibson Jr. (a Country singer) played in the lounge. We're not big on country music, listen and enjoy on occasion, but this guy is really an amazing, gifted artist. We planned to leave after our meal but was captivated by his music, story, and presence that we ended staying (and singing along too) for all three sets). Nice to see a young artist up and coming with his wife beside him and having a great influence in his music and great support too. We will definitely return and are now following Joel Gibson Jr!

Very good location on the water with great pool area for adults and kids. Live music in the bar on the weekend we were here. close to the Kitsap fairgrounds and plenty of shopping and malls nearby if that's what you are looking for

Our stay was great even though we had two issues. The manager made sure we were taken care of promptly. First issue, gentleman in the suite above us was a constant pacer keeping us awake all night. We were moved immediately to the top floor and they helped us repack and move. The second issue could not be resolved, which was the breakfast in the hotel. Thankfully, there was a restaurant across the street, plus we also had a refrigerator and a microwave. There was also a grocery store across the street which was very convenient. The pool and whirlpool was indoor which was great. We used both. Also, there were washers and dryers downstairs so our laundry was done before going home, Yeah! All in all, we would absolutely stay there again. The water was beautiful and we saw plenty of geese and some bald eagles. The manager and staff was a definite plus.

Nice Hotel with beautiful views. Great staff, clean rooms and good pool. Nice workout room, really comfortable beds with good tv's and WiFi. The kids I was traveling with loved the pool. Great location, lots of restaurants in the area.

Best hotel in Silverdale, Washington! Very clean, nice bar, friendly staff. Walking distance to bars, mall, and restaurants. Rooms have a great view of the Puget Sound. Plus, the lounge has excellent food if you don't want to leave. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful full staff in all departments. Very clean and comfortable rooms and facility. Incredible salt water views from the hotel and the property grounds are relaxing to stroll around. The pool, sauna, and spa are well maintained. The gym is handy. The spacious lounge areas are very inviting.

Great location and view! We reserve one of their suites with a balcony, fireplace and whirlpool tub. Staff was very friendly and offered us free fresh baked cookies. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Older property, but the only place I could find online that had an inhouse bar and restaurant. Rooms were adequate and clean, good showers. The lobby was very nice, with comfortable sitting areas. Bar area was odd - very open, almost like an old banquet room, with mainly uncomfortable chairs. opened onto a beautiful patio, with large firepit that would have been nice had the weather been better. Food left a lot to be desired - and breakfast buffet was not included in the price (unusual for a Best Western). It wasn't unreasonable, but we could have walked across the street for a better breakfast for only a couple of dollars more. Not a bad place, and for the Bremerton/Silverdale area, probably one of the best available.

We stay here when visiting family in the area, always satisfied, comfortable beds, get the top floor for a quiet stay, great for a family, good inexpensive breakfast, nice pool, great location. Enjoyed

The only hotel we could find in the area that had an attached bar/restaurant. Needs updating badly, particularly rooms, bar/restaurant, but very clean. Beautiful view, comfortable beds. Very nice lobby with sitting area, and if the weather had been better, beautiful outdoor patio. Restaurant was so-so. Cold atmosphere, and food was adequate, with my "special" being cold and not fully ccoked. Wonderful, friendly staff in all areas.

The staff were fantastic; helpful in every way. The rooms were very comfortable and clean; enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The wife really enjoyed the clams in the lounge; a great taste and value. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a great water view, very comfortable beds and bedding, Room was a little small. Only stayed one night but would definitely go back. Very nice staff They have a nice restaurant and a bar with live music. Did not use those as we have a favorite restaurant we went to. ,

We stayed here in a corner king suite with a great view of the water. Room 102 Gorgeous views! Swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, state of the art weight room, fireplace in room. Jetted bath tub! Ate at the restaurant. Had coconut shrimp with asparagas......amazing! Comfy, clean, and bed was super comfy. Will stay again!

Great hotel with awesome water view! Nice pool, hot tub, and sauna...Great martini bar with great service too! The grounds are very nice with trails for walking/biking/running along the water. The hotel also has a few bikes offered for free to hotel guests. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping.

If you can swing a corner King suite with water views, you won't be disappointed. So peaceful and just breathtaking. This property is close by (walking distance) from a variety of restaurants from Starbucks and fast food to familiar chains and local sea food. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and professional. The room was great! The complimentary breakfast was pretty varied although I left for work most mornings so early I missed it. Would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel, caring and friendly staff. Clean room and adequate parking. Pet friendly. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Private shuttle service to airport frequently stops at the hotel. Will definitely book again on next trip to the area.

Wonderful rooms of course, but what is really nice are the grounds. You can go for a really nice walk which can take you into a small reserve. The chef in the restaurant is very accommodating. My dinner here was 9 times better than I had at that expensive resort down the road.

This was our first time to visit to Silverdale. We wanted to spend some time in Seattle at Pike's Place and at the Pier, but I was nervous about taking the ferry over. Customer service rep at the counter was very informative and had some solid advice and tips on how to take the stress out of the equation. Taking her advice, our afternoon went off smoothly without a catch so we were able to enjoy the afternoon without worrying about parking downtown, missing the ferry back, getting on the wrong ferry, etc.

Helpful staff and nice clean rooms. Exercise equipment needs an upgrade. I slept well and enjoyed the restaurant. The view is great. Close to all of Silverdale and what it has to offer. I will be staying there again soon.

I was very disappointed with the service of the hotel. My room was changed at the last minute which gave me a rooftop View and not a water View. Went downstairs to the breakfast buffet in the morning and ended up paying $5 for a bagel. Had to wait to check in because the staff was having a conversation. The room was decent and clean the bed was comfortable and the cleaning stuff did a good job with the room.

The location and amenities were great. The view was fantastic. Lovde the bike rental idea to go for a ride along the waters edge and the waterfront access was wonderful with the patio and grassed area for kids and families to hang out.

Service was excellent; room, beds, pillows comfortable and inviting; buffet breakfast was well presented, good choices and plentiful and, depending on the vouchers available, was either free or $5. Locals actually came in and paid for the breakfast. There is a nice bar and dinner is also available.

I am looking forward to returning to this hotel in a couple weeks. I especially appreciate the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion dispensers in the room. I know when I come back, I don't have to pack these items in my luggage because it is already provided. And it is good quality stuff!

We stayed at this hotel for a business meeting. The staff was awesome! From the front desk persons to the bartender! All great and very friendly! The view from our room was amazing! The food was not all that great tho. I would recommend not eating dinner there. All in all a great place to stay.

From a (late) arrival, the desk staff was very accommodating and the hotel was superb. Heating/AC was good and comfort of the King Room was better then advertised. Would stay there again and again! Great location!

Reunion was held at their conference room and on the patio. Everything went smoothly and the room and service were fine! Breakfast is not included in the room price, but we were given a special rate of only $5 each since we were with a large group. We'll stay with them again if our next reunion is held there!

This hotel is just ok. The views are nice if you have a water front room and outdoor areas are a cool spot to sit if the weather is nice, but it is not what they advertise. It says beach hotel, and last time I checked a beach included sand. I did not eat at the restaurant but my colleagues said that it was good and the martini bar seemed to be hopping Friday night when they had a band there. However, the hotel drastically needs a makeover. It is out of date and reeks of a musty ocean smell. I had a standard king room with parking lot view (so definitely not the best room in the hotel), but the room had a lot of wasted space and the bathroom is TINY! You have to literally have to step over the toilet to close the door so you can access the shower. The closet is large and hold up to three suitcases, so that was nice since I was staying here for two weeks. In addition, the bed is extremely uncomfortable. To say I was disappointed in the pool, gym, and laundry facilities is an understatement! The pool had just been chlorinated and the staff didn't post a sign. When I went swimming I started itching all over and ended up covered in a rash all over my body. The pool also has mildew growing all over the drain and back side of the pool, which I didn't notice until I got in. The gym equipment is outdated and most of it is broken. The treadmill kind of works, but is dangerous. I started to work out on the treadmill and the belt started, stopped, and then started moving fast unexpectedly causing me to fall. I advised the front desk to please put a sign on it so other guests don't get injured like me. After returning two days later it was still broken and there wasn't a sign. Overall I don't think the hotel was awful, but it definitely need a remodel on EVERYTHING.

Let me just say that the city is the nicest, friendliest, cleanest city that I have visited in a long time. It reminds me of Disney or Mayberry RFD but larger. Let me acknowledge the staff. The front desk staff were friendly but busy at times. The housekeeping staff were busy working early in the morning and friendly also. I especially want to mention the staff at breakfast time and the bartenders in the afternoon / evening of Ethan, Mike Shaffer, the other Mike, Roz, and Ray. Overall, you will enjoy your visit to these folks.

The front desk clerk was the first person we encountered when entering this hotel and I must say, she was very personable and friendly. I was a little disappointed to not be able to enjoy the breakfast because of my work hours, but enjoyed the buffet when I previously stayed here.

Nice hotel with a great rate.I had a room with a nice view of the bay and beach. Avoid the bar and the bartender I had some kid with a man bun that was useless and spent the entire time I was there texting, right in front of the customers!

Beautiful waterside location of this dog-friendly property has basically cornered the market in Silverdale. Frontline staff busted every move to make our stay a good one. We wound up helping to buss our own tables to make service easier for them. Menu is excellent and well-prepared, as well as reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and quiet, well-maintained.

During a week-long sightseeing tour, we stayed at the Silverdale Best Western with a group of 22 senior adults and it was a wonderful visit. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, the waterfront rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant served delicious food. The outdoor fire pit also was a very relaxing and enjoyable feature.

No complaints, great food, great staff, water view was refreshing and nice. Not sure what else there is to say. They have a pool, workout room, lounge with full staff, restaurant with full staff. Food was great.

My stay here was one of the best. It was a business trip but felt like vacation. The rooms were clean, inviting and comfortable. The balcony view of the water was relaxing. The staff was helpful and didn't mind answering qiestions to include dorections. Great Work Trip!

I use a wheelchair on a daily basis, but was unable to get an ADA unit (they were booked solid for those units). I'm usually able to navigate my way in hotels, even in non-ADA units. This was not the case here. The door width was too narrow to properly allow entry in my chair. Due to the small quarters and orientation of the door, I would not have been able to close the door when inside. Another potential issue to note is the height of the bed. A transfer board or assistance may be needed, so keep that in mind. All that said, the room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was great. It is a $5 charge, but totally worth the upgrade from a traditional, sparse "continental" breakfast most are used to experiencing.

I was very happy with most aspects of this hotel. The staff were great and the $5 breakfast buffet was very good. However, I paid more for a room with a water view. What I didn't know was that these rooms overlook the outdoor music venue and the patio bar. The noise level from the live bands made it impossible to sleep. The bands stopped at 10-11 pm but the loud conversations did not. Ask for a room without the view if you want to go to sleep early.

good location, clean, free bikes for check out, CONS: bad, cheap pillows, not enough lighting, need mirror in room for make up, low speed WIFI, light in bathroom is on a sensor that goes off after 5 min. You will need to pull the shower curtain, wave at the light - every 5 min. Water pressure for the shower is extremely high - it blows the shower curtain everywhere - wet floor every time. To get hot water, you'd need to turn the control knob all the way to the right = high water pressure. Such a waste of water! Room keys are extremely sensitive. Had to re-key 3 times.

This was an older hotel but very clean and had great amenities. Location was perfect and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was superb and staff was very pleasant - great way to start a business morning

This motel has a really good location. It's not too loud the rooms were very nice and clean and so was the motel overall which is the most important thing to me. Staff upfront could've been friendlier. But everything else was great. I strongly suggest you don't eat the breakfast. The wait staff seem to be overwhelmed and shorthanded there was no plates or silverware when we got there

Hotel on the lake/inlet shoreline with excellent view of tide action and water fowl activity from balcony. Mornings excellent for running with moderately challenging hills; reward - nice view before making a descent. Fireplace in the corner/King suite was nice!

If you like to shower in the dark, this one's for you! Timed light goes out too soon. Bring a parka, too. The common areas and breakfast room were freezing! It's a long walk if you're placed in rooms at the far end of the two arms.

The property is close to the watet and the view from the rooms is good. They are upgrading the furnishings. It is located on an excellent urban trail through the wetlands for an exercise option.They charge an extra $5/ person for the standard BW brkfst.

Treated rudely by particular staff members at the desk. Loud music from bar can be heard in rooms, as well as some young drunken (presumably), people partying next door talking loudly on their balcony keeping us awake 'til around 3:30 am.

I chose the hotel because it is convenient as a stop on the Kitsap shuttle. I was surprised to find how nice it was, how friendly the staff was, and how pleasant the walk around the lake was. Special thanks to the staff for recommending a brewpub that was within walking distance, but which I would not have found on my own.

Overpriced, worn out, dirty. This hotel needs a complete remodel and I would never stay there again. The first room I was assigned to was so small I could barely walk around in the room. But worse than that, it had a horrible smell. The staff offered to put an exhaust fan in there but I insisted on a new room.

Lovely setting right on the water, easy to get to, very clean and pleasant. Staff was very helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised. It made my business trip a pleasure. The bar staff even stat-yes after hours to help two guests get some for a drinks.
