"Rundown hotel but good location to checkpoint to Hong Kong."
CMSoon, 04 Janvier 2024

Very good location if you intend to go Hong Kong if you stay here. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the checkpoint. Howevery, the room is very rundown, though reasonable spacious and not very clean. The reception staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Very fast response which we had a room that smells with aircon not working well and requested for a change that they obliged with limited rooms available. Bed is comfortable but towels are not very clean. There are many restaurants just 10 minutes walk to the checkpoint complex. There are restaurants, convenient store in the hotel. Would still recommend this hotel for its location and hope the mangement would refurnish the rooms. About 10 minutes walk to the bus ststion at the checkpoint or nearest subway and from there can travel to anywhere. Do check the bakeries if you buy from sundry stores in Shenzhen that most are expired that we had checked out from a few stores around. Get it from a true bakery shop. Food prices at Shenzhen is more pricy compare to Zhuhai or Quangzhou, but still cheaper than in Hong Kong which is why the cost of living is influenced by Hong Kong.

"Like many hotels in China, lobby look grand and nice but rooms is old and tired.... "
manhattan64, 02 Octobre 2023

The hotel lobby and the corridors have a facelift since we were there before the pandemic but the rooms is still the same as 20 years ago when we first went there. No exhausted fan in the bathroom is one of main setback beside the issues of being old. But the linen and the beddings is comfortable.

"Great Breakfast, Dated Room"
wendysN8578SJ, 29 Mai 2021

The lobby is very updated, but the room was dated and had a mild mildew odor. There aren't enough electrical outlets (UK plugs, not mainland China). The breakfast had a great selection of dim sum, typical Chinese & Western foods. The "mall" nearby is not so hot.

"WARNING: DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION"
WayneWestwood, 02 Septembre 2019

THis hotel charged my credit card both the final check out bill AND the 500rmb open voucher signed at the time of registration. I have been trying to write to their management "felicity@bwsz.net" , at first i received a polite answer accepting the error and promising to reimburse my credit card in a month (i wonder why in the first place since it took them less than 24 hours to process the fake charge) and now that 3 months have gone by they decided to take the "no answer, stay quiet and rip the customer off actitude" I travel to Shenzhen often on business, but now i will look for alternatives as there is a real danger of getting overcharged by their crooked staff and management! Sorry!

"MEDIOCRE NOT VERY WESTERN"
Mark D, 13 Juillet 2019

So much for the 5 Star Best Western. Not in the slightest! Pool is shocking and not somewhere anyone would want to spend time. No draught lager in the entire hotel despite being on the drinks menu. Breakfast has minimal catering for Western guests. Only restaurants are seafood, Japanese or Chinese - no catering for Western tastes. Gym only opens at 7am, no good at all if you want to get in some exercise before heading to the office. Air con in room is nice. Room is tired and needs a refurb. Good view over the river into Hong Kong. Ceiling in bathroom leaks from room above and there is a lovely chorus of water on tin when they have a shower or bath. Run down area, need to walk about 1 mile to get to anything resembling acceptable for a Westerner, Pay a bit extra and stay at the Shangri La. Will not be coming back or recommending.

"Good 3.5* hotel, slightly old"
feder98_michael, 06 Juillet 2019

This is a famous hotel. I stayed for 2 nights, it had some very fancy parts (e.g. glass elevators), the rooms were a good size, with fantastic views of the Hong Kong border. The lobby atrium was nice. 7/11 in the Lobby was good. I believe the lower floors contain office suites, using the same elevators as the hotel rooms. The downsides were it had a 90s feel, slightly musty/smokey halls and room, which didn't help with my illness/cold. The hotel restaurant was ordinary, although I did not try the buffet. Overall, I'd probably only stay here again for the view of the border. The Shenzhen area near the Hong Kong border isn't the prettiest - not many people without a cough or cigarette.

"A great Hotel"
S3980SHsusanc, 03 Juillet 2019

We have stayed in this hotel 10 times over the past 12 years. We continue to stay here because of the service and location, very close to the railway station and shopping centre. This time we had an Executive room on the 24th floor (2405), it was well appointed with newish carpet and bathroom. The rooms are a good size which is great when you are traveling and doing lots of shopping, we could really spread out. The team members are very friendly and helpful and there was no language barrier. We stayed 3 nights this time and had all breakfasts and dinners in there restaurant. The dinner banquet which included beer and wine was great value. There was a huge selection of foods the choice was endless. Rebecca and Mandy were especially friendly and helpful, they even had a table reserved for us on second night. It was my birthday on our last day and the reception staff had a cake for me. The hotel has improved over the last 2 years with the new restaurant area and swimming pool, we felt very safe walking over to the shopping centre and there is even a convenience store in the foyer. We will definitely return again thank you.

"Mar”19 Golf trip"
noami88, 03 Juillet 2019

This is a moderately dated hotel; location is near train station with local mall. No frills hotel and limited amenities. It's fine for very short stay. Some upgrading and revamp for restaurants would be great

"very average hotel...."
samitg19, 11 Juin 2019

The hotel had construction work just outside the hotel....muddy areas everwhere n dust....lot of noise of digging n all.. The room at the hotel was good...they gave us the room near the lift which was a good part... the hotel has 2 spas....tried them both....1 is sauna and other a proper spa.... the breakfast was pretty average here.... the receptionist hardly understand english and communicating is a major problem... the hotel is mainly for business people who come for conferences or other work n not for families... didn't like the stay here.

"Laundry rip off"
Vitaly M, 01 Juin 2019

Astronomical laundry bill. For 18 pair of socks, 8 t-shirts, 14 underpants and 1 pair of pants. Bill is $247 USD. Two hundred forty seven US dollars. And this is next day service. Insane. Can of soda at the cafe is $8. So don't be fooled by cheap room prices.

"Great location if you're going to low wu"
richardj0sephs, 29 Mars 2019

Friendly staff Good value for money Buffet breakfast was well priced for the selection available. Rooms were clean Overwhelming smell of cigarettes in hallways. Beds were rock hard and not comfortable. Good budget place to rest your head.

"Poor experience, no recognition for being a diamond select member"
MLLMMP, 12 Mars 2019

I have sent email to the hotel regarding special requests. Received no reply or acknowledgement at all. Of course end up my request has been entirely ignored. Although being a diamond select member, the highest tier available for Best Western Rewards program, I received neither room upgrade nor recognition gifts as per mentioned in their websites. Strong odour of cigarettes even though we requested a non smoking room. Very limited choice of food for breakfast. Their executive lounge is nearly useless. Each guest can only have one soft drink for each session. No food available during happy hours.

"Perfect matching between cost, quality and position"
planox, 01 Février 2019

At the early beginning I was a bit "scared" because some negative comments in the past regarding maintenance etc, but what I can tell is that I had a very good experience. I didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but for the breakfast I had a quite good experience too about the choice and quality of foods. Room was in a good maintenance status and confortable (23rd floor) The position allow you to reach MTR and train station in few minutes, Border with Hong Kong is really close. What "negative" but is not the hotel responsable for that is: If you have to go to Luohu shopping center, MTR-Train station if you take the pedestrian bridge in the night, there no illumination and you are into a dark tunnel that can give you a not good safety feeling.

"Old as style class at a great price"
sandmaitken, 13 Décembre 2018

Older style hotel but very comfortable. Right beside Shenzen railway station and the Lohou markets if you are looking for a bargain. Hotel wifi gives full access to to the internet including facebook and instagram. Staff speak very limited English (st least the ones we encountered). Roons are comfortable and warm (the other hotels we have stayed in China have been quite cool). Buffet dinner was good with plenty of selection and free wine and beer. Great value for money staying here.

"Ideal location"
anunalin, 04 Décembre 2018

It is a comfortable, clean hotel with an excellent location. It is located at a stone's throw from the Luohu Terminal ( for high speed trains from Hong Kong) and a walking distance from the MTR. It is across the road from the super duper Luohu Mall. The breakfast is pretty lavish. There is a 7/11 store just next to the Reception area, an interesting bakery and a small store of designer clothes. The place is reasonably priced and gud value for money. Recommend the place for people travelling to Shenzen by hi speed train/MTR. It is over an hour journey from the Ferry Terminal n The Windows of the World.

"Easy border crossing"
eddiemanmac, 22 Novembre 2018

We choose to stay after a 9 hr train ride across china and didnt wont to cross into HKG late in the evening, just too tired. This is a older beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. the price was right and the 22nd floor had a great view. They also have a shuttle but book early, its free. the night/evening restaurant staff were friendly but spoke very little English, but the desk clerks and bell boys did.Very clean, had a great outdoor pool and could see a hugh weight room, gym. Very comfortable

"Best Western Felicity"
sifugarry, 11 Novembre 2018

Within walking distance to Lo Wu shopping precinct. The Hawkers are a pain, though. Good bargains to be had. Always remember to barter. If not you will get ripped off. The Hotel is very upmarket. Breakfast variety is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Would highly recommend.

"Convenient semi-luxury hotel close to China-HK crossing."
Nitin D, 12 Octobre 2018

A semi-luxury hotel ( it has probably seen better days), with large spacious rooms, unfriendly front reception staff. Perhaps teaching the reception staff that "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OF PRIME IMPORTANCE" would help in having a congenial check in experience. Coffee Shoppe/restaurant in the lobby is good, with friendly staff. Pool and Gym is a bit of a hit and miss. Overall a 3 star experience with the convenience of a short walk to the HK crossover. However, the downside is that with the proximity to the crossing, taxis are difficult to hail/go, which turns out to be a nuisance if you have more than 1 pc of luggage.

"OK, especially if you avoid weekends and the high seasons"
Usasenior, 17 Septembre 2018

This used to be one of the top hotels in China (there are photos in the lobby of when president Nixon stayed here) but China evolved, the tiny fishing village of Shenzhen became one the wealthiest cities in the world, and the business center full of modern high end hotels is now many miles from this spot which is next to the railway station to Hong Kong. But it is still a nice hotel and convenient for Hong Kong travelers to get more or less 4 star service at 3 star prices and I enjoyed my 2 week stay. As many reviews note there is a large shopping center with mostly cheap stuff and restaurants 5 minutes away in the railway station. There are some small shops nearby that sell groceries and you can get an excellent selection of drinks, tropical fruits etc. Banks etc., and one of the world's most amazing rows of huge high end shops (Rolex, Prada etc etc) are about 10 minutes away by taxi, Uber etc. but the prices for luxuries (and almost everything) are significantly lower in Hong Kong, and nearly everywhere in the world for that matter. I found the food good, but I am not fussy, and as noted by others the very expensive restaurant in the hotel is not worth the money, and there are many within walking distance. The standard room was small but adequate, with a nice view and of average 3 star cleanliness and décor, was considered 5 star 30 years ago. Pool was fine provided you avoid the times when its full of kids which I was able to check from my room. As others have noted the gym is a disgrace with limited equipment, much of which is nonfunctional, but you can manage a workout if you are flexible about what you do. Internet was variable but as in the whole Shenzhen area there is direct access to Hong Kong servers so you can get your email from Yahoo, google etc and access any site without being blocked or slowed down deliberately by the Chinese firewall, as in the rest of China. Yes you may be able to use a VPN, but China has by far the largest corps of government paid hackers in the world, and they constantly block new VPN sites. As nearly always everywhere I go, I found the staff polite and eager to please, but am patient and always respectful so I get that back, contrary to many travelers. They arranged a minibus for me and several others to the Hong Kong airport, which took about 40 minutes early in the morning, with a brief stop to check passports.

"Pleasant hotel close to Lowu"
padge48, 29 Août 2018

I really liked this hotel.Several front counter staff spoke English and everyone was warm welcoming and accommodating. 15 years of visits to Shenzhen and was pleasantly surprised Bucketted down rain the whole time but the metro tunnel gets you close to the Lueho for lots of shopping. Nice room , great bed and bathroom. Plug didn't work in bathtub and the tv was old movies for 58 renminbi but no other English channels. Great breakfast buffet esp omelettes. Will stay there again when shopping at the Lueho.

"Convenient location to border crossing"
Dale-from-Aus, 06 Août 2018

A great comfortable hotel for a short visit from Hong Kong. The rooms are dated but comfortable. Remember (depending on your passport - Australian is ok) to go to China - Shenzen and get a 5 day port pass on the spot entry visa at LUOHU train station. It costs 168 Yuan and is for 5 days for the Shenzen Economic Zone. There are good hotels very close walking distance from the Luohu train station. I stayed at the Best Western Felicity Hotel (AU$120 per night). The train from Austin (one train Change) to Luohu is 45 minutes and costs HK$35 on your octopus card. Many great restaurants and shopping malls close by. A 7/11 shop is open 24 hours at ground floor level.

"Over-border Getaway"
Sheri M, 04 Août 2018

+ walking distance from Louhu border crossing, trains + waliking distance to high-speed rail trains to other major cities + 5 min from Louhu Shopping Centre - older hotel, desperately in need of room renovations + nice staff, very helpful - thin walls, can be noisy + excellent views from riverside rooms + lots of dining options + 7-11 store in lobby + clean room, but very old - slight smell of cigarettes, even tho "non-smoking" room

"Rude to westerners"
Kerry W, 01 Août 2018

Unless you are chinese don't bother staying at this hotel. Management and staff are rude. They don't have any customer service skills. It wouldn't hurt to smile every so often. Rooms are old but are clean if you stay on the executive floor. Breakfast is ok.

"Conveniently location"
Frank D, 15 Juillet 2018

Stayed in the hotel during a conference in Shenzhen. The location is very convenient, with walking distance to metro and railway stations and the Luohu checkpoint to Hong Kong. The hotel room is clean. However my hotel room had a strong cigarette smell even though I requested a nonsmoking room. It is sound proof either as I could hear clearly the people talking in the next room.

"Very good :)"
chaknee, 03 Juillet 2018

I like this place a lot. Great location in Shenzhen. They gave me a choice of rooms, chose one facing the river and Hong Kong. Good breakfast, outdoor pool, gym, stores in lobby, all for mid-range hotel room price.

"Business hotel"
Ramamoorthy B, 19 Juin 2018

I recently stayed in this hotel for one night. This is a pure business hotel . Location is centrally located and price is very good. Breakfast is not so great. Rooms are well maintained. Service is not great.

"Good location "
Ashley L, 16 Juin 2018

Stayed here on a recent business trip to China, it's a older hotel in need of a modern freshen up, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and it has a great location close to the train station and the silk shopping centre. It has a convenient restaurant and 7 eleven in the hotel.

"Tidy"
Roger P, 07 Juin 2018

Although not exactly modern the hotel is well maintained, clean with polite helpful staff. Quick check in and out with no fuss. Rooms are larger than expected and surprisingly quiet. Being located a stones throw from the Hong Kong border, Louhu City Mall and Shenzhen Railway Station its the perfect location to base yourself for a Shenzhen visit.

"Mixed feelings, staff is good, price quality bad and the massage downright horrible"
meenarahmani, 03 Juin 2018

We stayed here for 4 nights and the location was very good for our purpose: very close to the MTR and the business district. Also very close to the Hong Kong border. Staff was nice, though most don't speak english. The view from the room was amazing! We booked this hotel also because they boast a swimming pool and gym and we wanted to keep our routine. The pool was great, but half the equipment in he gym does not work. The room was very, very old. Not updated since the 70's to say the least. Kingsize bed? Seems they have a different standard for that in China. If these things are not important to you: add a star. But the reason for he bad review is the way we were treated when booking a massage. The ladies were downright horrible. They wanted us to book a more expensive massage and we we declined they gave us such a bad massage that we had to stop the a couple of times. They did not finish the hour an DEMANDED a large tip. Even though we tipped them despite the horrible massage. They really hurt me and I woke up the next morning with very painful neck and shoulders. So my advice would be: if you decide to stay, make sure to not book the ancient room and don't book a massage, for your own good.

"Staff ok, room ok they were working on foyer."
Ashwalk, 31 Mai 2018

Hotel is in a good location just across the boarder, the staff were ok, though they did seem a little rude but that may have been a language issue. Room was ok, tidy with a nice view. When i was there they were working on the foyer area so this may have contributed to the average review.

"Visit to see Shenzhen tourist attractions"
Ian C, 12 Mai 2018

Hotel has not changed much over the years although the dining area on the ground floor has been modernised and the breakfast menu improved. The rooms are still the same with carpets needing cleaning. The staff in the dining area need more training to improve their speed. They also need some who can understand English although the majority of guests are Chinese. An ideal place to stay if you only want to shop in Shenzhen. Very close to Lohu and to the Metro for access to other shopping areas.

"Good Rooms, Big Rooms but Poor Lighting in the Rooms"
Hitesh J, 10 Mai 2018

The location of this property is great. It is in walking terms to metro, railway station, bus station. Best part is it is just 5-7 minutes walk for a Indian Restaurant which is a bless for Indian travelers. The rooms are big, spacious and friendly but the lighting in the rooms is poor and you need to concentrate more while reading. The hotel had no international channels being displayed on the TV which they should improve their viewing content.

"Club level disappointing!"
Julie D, 02 Mai 2018

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance from the train station from Hong Kong and the Luohu Commercial shopping mall filled with fake designer bags, watches, scarves etc as well as many tailors and fabric shops. The hotel rooms are small but very comfortable, well appointed with tea making facilities and lovely bathroom amenities - better than average for a 4 star hotel. HOWEVER....The club floor is very disappointing. The staff speak very little English (some have no English at all) and the food and drink offerings are very, very small. 1 glass of wine only is allowed in the afternoon and the glass contained a 150 mill serve. Any drinks after that including soft drinks were at your own expense. We were a group of 6 (the only people there on the 3 days we were staying at the hotel) so were offered 6 of everything... 6 tiny quarter sandwiches! 6 tiny cakes etc. so only 1 item each. Breakfast consisted of only fried eggs as the hot option, names of the juices were wrong...apple was orange etc and when 2 of the group requested a cup of tea at 8pm we were advised in very broken English that everything was closed and nothing was available so we went to the lobby and bought one in the restaurant. The hotel is ok but don't pay extra for the Club level. It is a total waste of money.

"Great location"
megan171184, 29 Avril 2018

Good hotel with all facilities..just abit old but its clean and nice..The room isvalue for money and nice view from the room (shenzen city). Was a nice experince to stay.lobby have 7eleven which easy to buy needs..

"Better than HK Cousin"
vonireland, 17 Avril 2018

This is a large business hotel conveniently located for the train to Lo Wu and the Shenzhen metro. The first room I was given stank of cigarettes but no complaints about the second one. The bed was great, especially after my HK experience

"Dreadful"
kerrychoong, 27 Mars 2018

Unfortunately for a hotel which calls itself 5Star the condition of the room was dreadful. The carpets were so stained it was difficult to know exactly what the colour was. The back of the bathroom door was literally peeling off. The armchair was badly stained. It made you wonder about the cleanliness of everything else. The one good thing was a couple of staff members - Jack Wang on the Concierge staff who was incredibly helpful; and Johnson Yu the Duty Manager who did offer another room, however it was really no better. He also assisted with the Wifi which continued to drop out on a regular basis. The location, though close to the border which we wanted, is very difficult to get to. You either have to climb up and down lots of steps, or walk a block and down two small flights of stairs and along a long underground tunnel. Both are difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. Until all rooms are renovated I would not recommend staying here.

"Old but pleasant "
Itravel0ne, 26 Mars 2018

Right in front of the Lo Wu main station, an excellent hotel. By the look of the fitting the hotel is old but well maintain. Comfortable bed and Staff service pleasant but could be more efficient and speedy. Breakfast serve at lobby cafe has excellent choices.

"No Complain"
seowksseng101, 19 Mars 2018

I think this is the only hotel in Shenzhen that can look across the border to Hong Kong. If you throw a stone from the upper floors of this hotel, it'll probably land in Hong Kong territory. This hotel is pretty old but being run by an American hotel management chain, it has it's advantages. Most …if not all free wifi provided by hotels and/or restaurants in China will bar us from accessing Whatsapp, Youtube & Facebook. However, Best Western allows us to access to these as they subscribe to some VPN channels whatnots. Somehow, downloading images and videos aren't smooth. I use Maxis and if I use data roaming, I can access to Whatsapp outside the hotel but again, downloading images and videos aren't smooth. The hotel is aged but well maintained. Towels, beds, corridors, reception area are clean and well maintained. I didn't go to the swimming pool as it was 9 degree Celsius and very windy when I was there. There's a 7-Eleven store at the ground floor, which I find very convenient. Breakfast starts as early 6.30am, with a variety of Western food of bread, omelet, bacon, cheese, etc. At the Asian corner, we were provided with soup noodle, some fried & steam dish, Chinese Bun (pau), etc. Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel is located right across the Luohu Train Station, where it houses a wholesale mall. I got some good winter clothes, trolley travel bag and electronic items at a good bargain. Dongmen Shopping district is a 10 to 15-minute walk straight down the road, which you cannot miss nor get lost. There are many shops lining the left & right side of this hotel, from fruits shops, tea shops to many other variety. I didn't get to explore these shops as I was busy getting to Luohu & Dongmen.

"excellent location"
ssw g, 26 Février 2018

Excellent location. We arrived in a rainy, cold evening so we had dinner in the western restaurant right next to the lobby. It was very quiet; only 5 customers. We ordered Veggi noodle and fried rice. The quality was very good though I guess, most of the staff were still on Chinese New Year holiday.

"Not on the map"
Oztraveller56, 25 Février 2018

Very close proximity to the border crossing, The hotel is great. Only problem is that it is not called by this name on any map - so it is hard to find if you are there for the first time. A good location. Roooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

"Very good location but that shouldn't stop the good service"
Jason S, 30 Janvier 2018

Stayed a night at the hotel. I remember 20 years ago when I first came to Shenzhen I stayed in the same hotel. Meaning this is an old hotel. But it is relatively well maintained given the age. I can see that the business is still good as it is one of the closest hotels from the customs. However something else is still the same. The quality of service. And it is not good for a branded hotel of this caliber. From the receptionist to the concierge, a little more courtesy will get you the stars that equal what your hotel is ranked. That's why you only earn 3 from me. Breakfast fare is good with a wide spread of choices.

"Great hotel location spoiled by poor customer service at front desk"
John W, 18 Janvier 2018

Sometimes I wonder where good old customer service has gone. I don't complain much in life but after a very happy trip with 13 other colleagues all staying at the hotel it was spoiled by a silly incident at the front desk by poor communications with staff with very little understanding of English. We asked to speak to the front desk manager who seemed to have a very smug appearance and looked down on us as foreigners. It did not really portray the customer service that we would expect from such a hotel. When we sorted out the problem I turned back to see the manager sniggering at us which when he immediately saw me looking at him he turned red in his face with embarrassment. It was not a nice way to end a day with this kind of customer service being looked down upon as if we were silly foreigners. This front desk staff let down all the other room service, housekeeping and restaurant staff who did so well in looking after us and others always with a smile on their faces. Staff Teamwork was let down badly by an unprofessional front desk manager.

"Spacious and comfortable hotel"
alicetrip11, 13 Janvier 2018

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is just opposite the Louhu Port, Metro Station and the bus/coach station. Also nearby is the famous shopping center in Louhu. To get over to these sites, you will have to climb up an overhead bridge which can be a problem to many as it is not disabled friendly. The walk way is dirty and stinky and at night it is dark and a few people sleep along the pathway and pretty scarry too. We have to take the overhead bridge and use the walkway each time we go to our meals and to take the metro as there's nothing on the hotel side. There are may shops and eateries in the Louhu shopping mall. The hotel entrance is reasonable huge probably because its an old hotel but well maintained. There's a 7-11 Store and a swimming pool and gym downstairs. The staffs are friendly and check in was fast. The twin room we had was big and spacious. From our room we have a nice view the river and the park. The sheets are clean and white and the bed is so comfortable. The toilet is clean and supplied with the necessary toiletries. They also provide a bath robe each but we didnt make use of it. There is a kettle for boiling water and coffee and tea are provided. One night we could hear loud voices and laughter from the room next door and this went on till midnight. I had to call the reception to make a complain and also the smoke smell in our room although I specifically requested for non smoking floor. The hotel provide breakfast but we didnt take that package as we prefer to try out the various choices of food in Louhu Shopping Mall. Apart from that we had a good stay in this hotel.

"The worst five-star hotel!"
epy28, 08 Janvier 2018

First of all, we stayed in this hotel as a group of 13 people in a tour for 4 days in Shenzen.. so there was no way we changed the hotel. Otherwise, we would definitely not stayed there. This hotel was said to be a five-star hotel.. it's even written in the directory book in the room (picture shown) but the state of the bathroom door & the old-fashioned hairdryer in the bathroom didn't scream five-star hotel! The walls between the rooms are also very thin.. we can hear everything (and I mean EVERYTHING!) coming from the room next to us. Also, on one night we were there, our neighbor smoked in their room and we can smell the reek seeping through the connecting door to our room. We had to call the receptionist to report them and someone from the housekeeping came to our room and sprayed air freshener in our room! I understand that each of Best Western Hotels are independently owned and operated, but surely they must have their SOP for each and every hotel named under Best Western..

"It is okay but not perfect"
Megaminx_01, 30 Décembre 2017

The hotel is located next to Luohu Railway Station, but it is a little bot hard to reach when you don't know which way to go, the railway tracks need to be crossed. From the metro you need to take exit D then take the lift to the 3rd floor and cross the bridge, then the hotel is on the right side. The check-in was really quick but then nobody helped me with my luggage and nobody told me which floor my hotel room is on I had to search for the floor myself. My boyfriend's luggage got missing on his flight and the hotel staff was really helpful to get the luggage delivered to the hotel. The room itself was quiet old and the light in the bathroom was horrible, also the light in the bedroom was quiet dark and the bed was pretty hard. It was also pretty noisy, we were able to hear people walking up and down the floor and hear the people in the room next to us, our room didn't feel private. Our room and the room next to us was just separated by a locked door, these type of rooms are perfect for families but for us it was annoying to hear the people in the room next to ours.

"A perfect place to shop up a storm on your last day of adventuring"
VanessaPerumal, 25 Décembre 2017

We had no idea Shenzen existed nor did we know the history of the Best Western Felicity Hotel. The Hotel prices two days before Christmas was crazy expensive. We did a google search and for half the price we found this hotel. We loved the value the hotel offered to us. Initially we booked one room for four beds. (my kids and my husband and I. When we got there they gave us two rooms overlooking the river on the 28th floor. Fluffy gowns, slippers and just a great room. One snag we did not get breakfast with the room. We ordered and then cancelled and when we went down to walk in we paid a huge price. The Food is expensive and the chicken curry for dinner was terrible. Overall a lovely hotel and we highly rec commend. Lots of the comments say it old BUT for the price we paid and the quick get-away to the shops in between everything worked out. We were there just for one night. Highly recommend a place Fidel Castro and many more presidents and high flyers also stayed in. Great staff service

"The best? It is a step away from the main railway station bound to Guangzhou"
Kiu K, 15 Décembre 2017

The premises -including rooms -were awfully old and breakfast poor. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in for a business trip, honest. The only reason I went there is because I had to travel to Guangzhou from Shenzhen due to my agenda. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise. Yet I try to be positive: it offers a couple of good points: I could iron my clothes in my room and the wi-fi allowed me to connect to a HK wireless network, so I finally could use Google to work, and also Whatsapp and other banned social media to communicate with my family and friends in China. The views were ok. From there one could realize how far he was from downtown.

"Great price for a 5-Stars Hotel by Best Western."
Dallas Y, 30 Novembre 2017

Located at Downtown Shenzhen, directly opposite the Shenzhen-Guangzhou Railway station. Hotel facilities is aged, so please do manage your expectations. The room cleaning is not too bad, made the room up and gave fresh towels every morning. Quite a few food options at Luohu Station's nearby plaza. Beware of touts selling fake watches etc and just politely ignore them. Do not buy the sim cards near the hotel asking for $200RMB activation fees. SIM CARDS packages at the really official branches requires activation charges that they will credit back into your account. From Bao-an Internation Airport, Take Subway Line 11 to CHENG GONG MIAO station and change to Line 01 to alight at the last station at LUOHU station. The hotel is 300m from Exit C of Luohu Station.

"Convenient for a short stay"
Peter N, 15 Novembre 2017

The Best Western Felicity Hotel is close to the Lowu / Hong Kong rail border so its location in convenient. Room size is decent and I believe there is an upgrade recently. Facility within the hotel is adeqate for a short stay and you can walk easily into Lowu Shopping Mall with lots of fast food and proper restaurants. However the path from the hotel to this area is littered with dirt and not very pleasant especially at night time. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast at a price of 60 RMT against their quoted price of 80RMT. Choices of breakfast dishes are adeqate with congee or rice noodles along side western favourite such as sussage? backon? fried and boiled eggs.

"Good price/quality ratio"
LukeXXX72, 05 Novembre 2017

For business reasons I had the opportunity to sleep 3 nights in the hotel. Medium quality rooms and facilities. Medium quality food, but really good solution close to the rail station and to the Custom before Hong Kong. I will come again.

"old and dated hotel - close to railway station and Hong Kong border crossing"
MCunningham1, 16 Octobre 2017

The room was below average (very old , weird odor and dated furniture, Northern Telecom phone from the eighties... it's like going back in time. Bathrooms are old with moldy dirty grout). The location is close to railway station and Hong Kong border crossing, but nothing close by (i.e. restaurants, etc.). Check-in and Check-out is very slow (although lots of staff just standing around and behind the counter). Air conditioning is very weak - and cannot be adjusted.

"Disappointed in customer service ..."
mmgegedidi, 07 Octobre 2017

Had booked this hotel several times in the past 2 years. Stayed twice this year in May and June. It seemingly tries to renovate to upgrade their lobby on a constant basis with no end in sight. Currently, the lobby cafe/restaurant is still not finished. We are happy that they now have a 7-11 so that it is convenient to grab a light snack or pick up a cold drink. This time, we were very upset when we tried to do an early check-in (which we had indicated as a special request). We were told that our room has not been cleaned up and had to wait another 30-45 minutes which we can understand. However, it was when we inquired whether there is any other room that is available at that moment, we were asked to pay for an upgrade of REM550. The upgrade is from twin beds to a double/queen bed. The front/registration agent, Linda, was blunt and not customer service oriented. She insists that you get what you pay for. It no longer hold a consistent standard for their rooms and customer service. With poor judgement, we regret taking up on Linda's offer to place our luggage inside the uncleaned room. It was totally disgusting. There was the opened toothbrushes on the TV unit; take-out containers and fruit peels on the desk and towels strewn on the beds. We will re-book at this hotel if other choices are not available.

"@#&£?!+/)($¥€®¢%*¿"
Yudi S, 24 Septembre 2017

Now that is a title. First room smelt of stale oily food and a toilet door that looked like it went down with the Titanic. After complaining, was given a cleaner room with a TV that didn't work! Even after asking for it to be fixed or replaced, NOTHING happened. Gave up on this hotel.

"Dated interiors, Lobby renovation"
kindaok, 12 Septembre 2017

The positives. Fair price if you book online early. Fairly large rooms. Good range of amenities in the room and bathroom. Good comfortable bed. Staff at reception were very helpful. It is very walkable from Luohu station. Seven-11 in the hotel lobby was very convenient. On the other hand, the hotel is fairly old looking. Without the name in English outside, it may be hard to identify. Room decor is also dated, as was the bathroom. There is no bar operating in the hotel, nor within walking distance. Limited food options nearby.

"Reasonable Hotel at O.K. price"
globaltravellerworld, 11 Août 2017

in Lo Wu you can find several Hotels in that category. The Best Western kind of makes you believe it has good standard, but this is a normal Chinese Hotel that has not yet been renovated and just changed ownership. Best Western did not even bother to change some of the labels, so it is easy to realize that this is a general Chinese Hotel which in the area cost around 30 Euro - With Best Western "Bonus" you pay 40 Euro or more...

"Decent place, close to HK border crossing"
E789RProberte, 03 Août 2017

The Best Western Facility Hotel in Shenzhen is at a pretty good location, walking distance to the Luohu border crossing to Hong Kong. Rooms in the upper levels have really neat view of the river that divides Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The first room I had didn't have any internet signal at all, but when I asked to change rooms, the staff were friendly and really fast to help out. I I had breakfast in the club upstairs, and it was fine, although I felt the staff could have been trained better, particularly on how to greet me and ask properly for my room number. Finally, the hotel was under renovation. I'm sure that's great in the long-run, but the gym and swimming pool were closed, meaning there were no exercise options available. I wish it had said on the website that the hotel was under renovation. I also think the hotel could have either arranged a temporary space in the hotel, or arranged with an external gym to have guests use. All in all, the hotel was good, had comfortable beds, quiet, very good high speed internet (unfortunately, many websites blocked by the government in China, such as Google, Gmail, Facebook, etc - but this affects all hotels). I'd probably stay at this hotel again!

"Holiday"
fathzm, 23 Juillet 2017

A hotel that has everything Bt needs a major revamp. I would think it deserves 3 stars. Area is Oki. Bt walking distance to metro. Seven 11 shop in d hotel foyer makes it convenient. Facility wise Nt 5 stars

"worst expreience"
jinyaol732, 20 Juillet 2017

I just finished a stay in Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel in Jul 14, however I have to say this is the worst expreience I ever have. First the lobby is under construction so it is very noisy. We have to speak loudly to the staff, and the staff is not friendly. When check in, I just know the room I booked for 3 people is just two normal rooms connected, and there is nothing upgraded. Upon request, the staff finally gave two separated high level room. As a Diamond Member, no thank you gift nor points, no benefits at all, The staff just throw keys to us and said nothing. The room is old, with dirty carpet. Beds are ok, but outside is noisy. As I know this hotel is far from the standard of Best Western.

"Poor"
zaakira07, 16 Juillet 2017

This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel as advertised... if it is a lucky, it gets a a 3 star... Sort of good location. Things are in walking distance but not on the same road so be prepared to walk to get anywhere Rooms are clean but really old. Decent enough if you wish to spend just 1 or 2 nights. The worst part about the hotel is the house keeping service. The staff will be screaming from one end of the hall to the other from early in the morning so don't expect to sleep in . They also do not respect your privacy even when the do not disturb sign is put on the door. I was getting dressed and one of the cleaners opens up the door and comes in. I kept trying to explain to him to come back later but because of the language barrier , he could not understand and instead of just leaving , he comes right into the room and just stands there trying to talk to us.. ummm HELLO????? That was not the only time they just opened the door and walked in. I found that absolutely disgusting and rude! They should at least train their staff. I wonder how they got a 5 star rating if the service is pathetic and the rooms are old?

"Worst Experience with Best Wester"
jenisht2016, 16 Juillet 2017

We stayed in a family room, the Air Con was not working in one of the connect family room. I complained 3 times with the reception and spoke to the manager. The manager didn't took any action. Moreover the cleanliness was not good at all. WORST EXPERIENCE!!

"Dated old hotel"
Andylandypandy, 14 Juillet 2017

Good location, very near the Luohu shopping mall where you can get great bargains. It is also near to the Metro and transportation is well linked. The 1st room we got had smoke inside, probably coming in from the aircon, on the 2nd night we requested to change the room and it got better. We also stayed at the time where almost every amenity was under renovation, giving the place a very run down atmosphere. The room wifi is pathetic. Average stay.

"International Grading Hotel but do not uphold international standard"
manhattan64, 08 Juillet 2017

We checked in and they give us a room on the 23rd floor as we want a non-smoking room which we have requested from our booking online. Anyway, the view of the room is lovely and the room was fine until you go into the washroom. It was pretty disgusting that the ceiling was cover in mildew and the door was split and delaminated. Other than that it was alright. The pool have been under renovation since 6 years ago when we were there last and it is still closed for renovation, We asked the front desk staff whe it will be open again, they said they are not sure. When we said that it was under renovation 6 years ago and they just smiled. This is why we have stopped staying in that hotel 6 years ago because the pool have been closed since and we thought after all this year, they must have it open again. Anyway, just surprise this happen to an international brand as you expected better standard.

"Dated hotel, conveniently located"
Michael N, 25 Juin 2017

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a recent business trip. I picked it because it's location was convenient and the price is reasonable. Location indeed is good - very near the Lo Wu Railway Station (arrived there) and Line 1 of the metro - Luohu station. This is also one of the main border crossing points towards Hong Kong. But immediately upon arrival it became clear that the hotel is underway restoration- at least in its public areas (lobby, dining hall) - and rightfully so!!! It sorely screams out "dated". It might have been a 5 star many years ago - but 3 is generous now. I was not surprised that the room was similarly dated - looks like it was largely untouched for 30 years... But still, the bed was comfortable and room size ok. The best feature of this hotel - bumping my score up from 3 to 4 is the breakfast. Although the dining room is too small and cramped (due to the restoration) - the breakfast is the best I have had in China from something like 20 hotels in the past year. For presentation - I have seen better - but not for taste, in particular all bakery products, like fresh, crispy croissants kept in a warm oven and great donuts. My colleague who ate some of the Chinese breakfast offered was also impresses - everything was fresh and tasty. Btw there is a pool too - also under restoration...

"Old property at decent price"
sapchd, 21 Juin 2017

I booked this property for my business trip to china. Property is very much approachable from luohu station and easy to cross Hong Kong border. Rooms are well manned and equipped with all the facilities required for a business traveler. Very few staff members speak english. Only disappointment is that I approached the front desk for a local mobile sim card, and the person took me to store just adjoining to the hotel who charged me almost 4 times from the market rate. Maybe the person accompanied me should have helped me to get it in market price. Overall it was a nice stay.

"Excellent Hotel facility within half prices"
Rajib S, 23 Mai 2017

Pros: a. International community. b. Good buffet breakfast for everyone. c. Nice spacious room and good view. d. Very near to Hong Kong port. e. Price is damn cheap. f. Metro station, Railway station, cheap budget shopping place, food, and beverage is very nearby. g. Google maps, youtube, and facebook everything works in hotel free wifi. In one word excellent. Cons: a. The most posh road is very near but you have to go there over metro station market which is full of drunked people and pimps at midnight.

"conveniently located adjacent to LuoHu station, value for money"
129ranjit, 16 Mai 2017

Very well maintained hotel but undergoing renovation in the lobby area. Comfortable beds, white fluffy towels, and the room was very clean and equipped with all amenities as mentioned on their web site. Hotel allowed us early check in at 9 am. Reception staff spoke reasonably good English and always had a smile. Breakfast spread had a variety of western and Chinese food, and a 7/11 store in house was very convenient. Taxis are always available outside, besides, the metro and LuoHu station and the shopping markets are within 5 minutes walking distance

"Still a Nice Place to Stay"
Grumpy_Old_Traveler, 16 Mai 2017

A well run reception desk with welcoming staff made a good first impression. Last time I stayed the hotel needed a refurbishment, and it still does. However the standard of cleanness is first class. Big comfortable beds, white fluffy towels and not a speck of dust. Only stayed the one night and asked to check out late. No problem a 1300 hrs check out was given with a smile. Only a short taxi trip to border crossing and across the way from the shopping and dressmaking centre.

"Good location for Fake Market"
Chelmo_Man, 09 Mai 2017

I've tried a few hotels just over the border from HK and usually they are ok but no good. This one is slightly better - been here twice and it has been improved. Very good 7/11 store in the place means you can avoid eating which is always a bonus. Attentive staff. Swimming pool closed for ages. It is in a nice location and I would go again.

"Very convenient to Commerce Centre"
Adam K, 29 Avril 2017

Very convenient for shopping at the LuHu Market 5 min walk. Just a bit hard to find how to get there. Hotel a bit old but very comfortable, food in café was Yum Yum. Beds nice and comfy wester style not hard china style. We had a family room that was 2 adjoining rooms on with a King Double and the other 2 king singles. Only trouble was the to door cards they gave us was one for each door so kept getting the wrong card in the wrong door. 7/11 on site very handy. Staff helpful even though English a bit limited.

"Felt like cheated"
Mae Y, 17 Avril 2017

My hubby and I paid a visit to Shenzhen for a two day relaxing holiday the day before. I booked this room online and stated I want a non-smoking room. On my arrival I repeated my request again at the reception while checking in. It was a clean room with a nice view. It seemed okay but our nightmare started when we went to bed exhaustedly - our pillows and quilt were full of strong cigarette smell. It felt like every breath we took was filled with cigarette smoke. As it was already 3:00am we dared not to call the concierge for changing the bedding, yet we suffered for a whole night and did not sleep well. That was not a real non-smoking room, they just put an air filter in the coomon area filtering part of the room but neglected the bedding which showed it was not a real non-smoking room. It was an unpleasant experience which felt like cheated by the hotel.

"Poor condition"
Ivan A, 16 Avril 2017

Very poor condition of everything. Terrible global air ventilation. Outdated bathroom and no ventilation for it. Glad that didn't have to stay long. Location wise it's very good right next to the Luohu station. Easy connection with any transportation.

"Best Western Shenzhen Felicity Hotel"
Alice E, 08 Novembre 2016

The best Hotel for our trip to China... best price, best location, staff very responsive, very clean and confortable, near shopping and public transportation. Impressive lobby for large groups. Close to Hong Kong border.

"Convenient to Station"
Neil R, 07 Novembre 2016

This hotel is close to the main Station and convenient to use as a base during your stay in Shenzhen, Hotel is of a good standard and offers good value for money. Wifi can be a little hit or miss which is frustrating. Breakfast is OK

"Hotel in Decline!"
Izaxi, 06 Novembre 2016

It was my second stay in this hotel, the last time was 2-3 years ago. The hotel is had better days, I guess the height of this hotel was in the 90's The location is not bad consider it is walking distance from the Lowu station, not the most pleasant walk I may add. Please look at the pictures to see the level of maintenance needed and neglect in the rooms. I stay in room 2331 and the bathroom needs major renovation. So this is far away from 5 stars hotel and at best it is 3 stars in my view! Yet it is clean and comfortable and the price is reasonable if you looking for restful night.

"Easy and Convenient "
TravelingFamx, 06 Novembre 2016

This is right across from the train station and easy to grab a shuttle to the Hong Kong airport The Hotel itself is dated but reasonably clean. The internet is also ok Heads up the Mall across the street is worth a trip if you need a few last minute gifts

"Mid Budget hotel"
brij592, 04 Novembre 2016

The best western hotel is near to Shenzhen railway station and 10 mins walk from Louhu port. The has good hospitality to services provided to in clients.. The rooms are very nice and if you take higher floor u will able to see louhu market too.

"ok hotel"
benmg, 03 Novembre 2016

ok hotel, couldnt find any fault. lot of renovations going on. this looks like it was a really fancy 5 star hotel in its time but now a bit dated but ok. very close to lowu train station and border.i booked this via booking.com as it had a swimming pool but got confirmation 1 minute later stating pool was closed. booking.com knew this but did not state it until after i booked

"Excellent as always - except the restaurant"
Wingwing168, 03 Novembre 2016

Bad Point: Every thing is good about this hotel apart from their restaurant, I was told if we dine at the Chinese restaurant for the Dim Sum will have 15% discount, so we went to try the Dim Sum Breakfast, the truth was only a very limited selected items got 15% discount, they served very slow and taste was not the best. worst still, it cost me RMB 300 + for 2 person. I strongly discourage to dine in the hotel. Good point: This hotel always is my first choice, so this time I stay here again. This time they upgraded me to the Suite, room 1600, which has a living room and a bed room, to be honest I still prefer a Deluxe room because I am travelling alone. Best location with the best price you can ever get...

"Cold Showers and Card Key (and staff) that wouldn't work"
sanjayaman, 01 Novembre 2016

Arrived tired, lugged all my luggage to the 18th floor (I think) and found the card key not working. After contacting them on the house phone unsuccessfully, went down and the guy who had checked me in (James) was completely unapologetic. When I said I would review this experience on TripAdvisor/Expedia, he said he had never heard of them and declared "I don't care". I demanded to see his supervisor who (Irene) handled it very well thereafter. But why not fire staff like that? I must also tell you the water in the shower often turned cold (any time of the day or night) and I had to shiver my way through it a few times. Also, the hotel does not even show up properly on Google Maps, so you will get lost as the roads are not visible in the area.

"Stay in Shenzhen"
Julian L, 01 Novembre 2016

Well positioned at Luohu border crossing. Staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed at breakfast. Was better on previous visits. Also disappointed that fitness center was closed due to alterations. However will stay there again.

"Adequate "
DC G, 23 Octobre 2016

Not great but not terrible either. They are busy with renovations so we did not have access to the gym and swimming pool. One of the closest hotels to Lo Wu train station which makes it b convenient. WiFi was okay. Breakfast was okay. Price is good.

"Only for one night if LOWU border is closed"
TonyPostak, 14 Octobre 2016

The hotel is quiet, cheap and very near to the border with Hong Kong. The room and the bathroom are acceptable for the price that you pay. The carpet floor was really dirty and smelly. At the reception there were 10 peoples behind the desk, but only one for checkin the guest. In the morning the check-out was better

"Good location friendly service "
jitu911, 30 Septembre 2016

Rooms are old .. that's the only problem .. It's perfectly located Good service TAKE THE BREAKFAST YOU WONT REGRET IT stay at any rate. Walking from border Walking from shopping Lowu. Has all the things needed 24 room service and 24 hour housekeeping

"The heydays are gone"
BrendaHongKong, 21 Septembre 2016

There were days when this hotel was famous, why? Well lots of pictures on the wall next to the lift of dignitaries who stayed there. But that was then. .... Location Fantastic location, definitely cannot be faulted. Room At least there was a view of trees. Toilet was clean but I am really skeptical about the slipmat in the bathtub. Shower was not working well --- jets of water from different parts of the shower head. Got the queen bed but I swear it is a double bed. My husband and I are not tall or big people but it was a bit of a squeeze. The bedroom smells of cigarette smoke and it was supposedly a no-smoking room. The walls are thin and you can hear the banging from next door so could not get much sleep. Amenities in Room Make sure you do not take anything from the fridge or else you will end up paying for it. Our fridge was not even working so we did not make that mistake but I did ask if the drinks were free. I wonder why they do not have a price-list there so people know. In some hotels, they do provide 2 free soft drinks and 2 beers a day (experience in both Hong Kong and Penang). Very few TV channels but at least we got the news channel. Restaurants Empty and looks really unwelcoming. The absolute WORSE I thought we got a deal when I booked this place as there is a picture of the pool on the hotel's website. When we got there and looked out the window, my husband pointed out a big empty dirty hole in the ground and said that must be the pool. I said no way. He was right!!!!!! The hotel says the pool is under renovation but nothing of the sort seems to be happening. If you are paying more or nearly 100 US to stay here, it is definitely not worth it.

"Good location but thats it."
Teend213, 21 Septembre 2016

I have now stayed at this hotel twice, the first time it was just outdated furniture for a 5 star hotel, when ever I have stayed at a hotel twice then the 2nd time I have always been given an upgrade in rooms, but the was not the case here I was downgraded even though I paid more for the night!!! The room I had was clean and the bed comfortable but other than that. It wasn't just outdated furniture it was also extremely dirty furniture the chair cover was disgusting it was so bad I put a hotel towel on it before I sat on it. You could tell it should have been a golden colour but no it was black from dirt. all the furnture was in a bad state of repair paint peeling off, on the wooden doors the varnish was cracked and peeling The ironic thing is they are refurbishing the pool area surely the rooms should come first? I will not be staying again. The actual room was clean carpets desk bed linen towels etc but the chairs forget it I would be ashamed to have them in my lounge in my apartment so how a 5 start hotel can leave them in a room is beyond me.

"I hate (yes, hate) carpets in hotel rooms ... but ..."
HaroldFBanff, 17 Septembre 2016

Even acknowledging the success of intermittent air conditioning and availability (but limited use) of high efficiency vacuums, the overuse of wall-to-wall carpeting in mostly hot and humid climates shows an absurd lack of connection to appropriate design. Heat? Humidity? Carpets? I never liked paying to share a room with colonies of indescribables thriving out of sight and out of reach. I have enough trouble with breathing that it disturbs me that I have to deal with the smell, however minor and however well it might be masked or limited. You never really escape it. Even 5 star managers never take the time to sleep in the rooms they let, so they almost never get it. I was surprised that this very economic hotel handles it correctly.... Make that delighted. The Felicity is VERY conveniently located and I stayed in there before. It wasn't bad when I stayed there, but it was still carpeted. Less smell than most (even good) hotels, but still there. So I went online and only booked enough time to ground out with my business associates then look around for a place without carpets. I didn't need to. Wow. I booked more time. Albeit aged and slightly run down from its once popular and prestigious role in times long past, the room was clean and comfortable. Spacious -- because it was laid out nicely with a good view -- I enjoyed my stay. Carpets and all. And of course the price was right. The single issue (for which I personally felt I had no right to challenge, as much as I'd want to) was that they asked that outside food not be brought in because it would make the room smell .... Ironic? Oh yes, almost forgot: I found staff and the front desk to be very helpful when needed ... and easy to deal with. Enjoy the neighborhood. The hotel is across from one of the largest malls and rail and bus stations in Guangdung province. And do yourself a favour: Take the time to go out and eat nearby with the locals .... You'll be at the busy junction where so many of the Cantonese community, and those that have joined them over the past century or so, pass through in their travels.

"Clean and Comfortable "
Ashley D, 12 Septembre 2016

I moved to this hotel frantically in the middle of the night after arriving in China and finding cockroaches on my bed in another hotel. I am from Canada and know the Best Westerns to be clean and professional from back home. Upon arriving I moved EVERY piece of furniture and didn't find a single bug. My window was East facing and I had a beautiful view of the sunrise. The linen was clean and comfortable and the bed was not too hard, but very firm. There was complementary water and tea (which was very refreshing after a long journey). The bathroom was comfortable however it was very plain. Thankfully it had a western toilet. The hotel pool was under renovation, so I can't comment on that. The staff was very accommodating and helped me find the subway and map my route to work. Every day my room was tidied and maintained very well by the staff. I stayed in this hotel for 7 days until I found an apartment and intend to stay again when I leave China.

"Good location "
cghridou, 31 Août 2016

Arrived late night at Shenzhen north station on my way to Guangzhou , best choice was hotel near Train Station. The hotel is opposite train station 5 min walk, it s old and big hotel nothing special , check in was fast . The room is small need renovation it was clean, i think it s ok for one night stop

"Location and Price"
rickyrus, 22 Août 2016

The price is good and location is just steps away from Shenzhen Railway Station and Luohu Border Point. Rooms are a bit old, but overall the price you pay provides the value. I would stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen.

"Business trip Shenzhen"

I have never come across a front office manager who is so helpful. Comes in the morning shift. He went out of his way to help us with information, booking cabs, arranging forex, etc. My rating is due to him. All else ave to good. Food ave, rooms good, staff good

"Value for money "
RexRicky, 24 Juillet 2016

Really nice hotel, of couse you can not to compare with sheraton but is really cheap. Location is perfect because is really near by to train station and border. Rooms are big with clean bathroom and big window. For sure I'll be back again

"Jaded 25 year old property, without proper trained staff"
Youwin-Wewin, 22 Juillet 2016

Totally unsuitable for a non-Chinese traveller. The day had been piling up with dissatisfactions, and hold your breath, that was not the last straw. The ultimate negative was in the evening. After a hard days grind, l opened the single malt bottle to unwind in my room. We ordered some in-room dining, and that arrived quite on time. But, Room service did not give me water for four hours, in spite of repeated calls. Ultimately, at around midnight, had to go down to the lobby, get hold of the assistant manager. She came to my room, made placating noises, and showed me that they have a kettle with which l could boil the water for drinking. Hot water with non chill filtered scotch. Wow!! Breakfast was just adequate, but seriously, the staff need training in courtesy. While entering the eating enclosure, they checked my room card. Half way through the meal, the staff insisted that l sign for breakfast. Gimme a break, folks!!

"no consideration for the customers"

"Best Kept Secret In Shenzhen"
clubikon, 06 Juillet 2016

I won't say this is my favorite hotel in Shenzhen, but I found this little joint an excellent hotel for its price and very very convienent. The Felicity Hotel is opposite to the Shenzhen train station west exit. It is less than five minutes from the Lu Wu border back to Hong Kong. I found this hotel by chance many years ago and have used it for quick overnight stays. The hotel itself is not new but if you book the high floors (above 17th) the rooms are newly renovated. It reminds me of those Hilton business hotel rooms in the nineties in the USA. Not too big but sufficent for business travellers. The lower floors are for the tourist groups from SE Asia and the rooms are cheaper and feature bomboo style furniture. The Felicity Hotel is listed as five stars but it is not. It feels like a four star in reality. The buffet and services are all four star quality...nothing too impressive. The chinese restaurant is efficient but not great. Don't bother with the executive floor or the executive lounge etc...not well run, not worth the additional price. There are two massage venues on the premise. That is very convenient for anyone who like foot or full body massages. They can come to your room for massages. Prices are moderate, not spa prices like in other five stars. Surprisingly, it has a nice small outdoor pool. I find that very cosy because during the day, not many guests use the pool on the ground floor in the back of the hotel. For less than one hundred US dollars per night, you have nothing to loose...

"Location is the reason!"
K M, 03 Juillet 2016

We stayed here for a night over the weekend to explore Shenzen. We chose this hotel because of its closeness to Luohu Mall and easy access to the Dongmen area. It is a 5 minute walk from the Lo Wu border crossing. The overall hotel is looking a little oldish. Reception was fine. Room was reasonable and has what you need! The bath plug didn't work properly and the light in the cupboard wouldn't turn off - that was a little annoying. We stayed here pretty much because of the location. We didn't spend hardly any time here apart from sleeping so it was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was so-so.

"Decent hotel"
Sejal D, 26 Juin 2016

Nice hotel with relatively good services. Rooms are well made up and large in size. Very comfortable for family. View from the rooms too was very nice. Flipside remains the language barrier and vegetarian food making it difficult to understand and explain the requirements. Spa service with the hotel was very nice.

"Good Place to Stay"
racsan24, 06 Juin 2016

An average to good hotel. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Certainly dated, but not in disrepair or dirty like others have said. Nice to see some American channels on the TV after being in China for awhile! It's close to the train station and the metro, but it's not too busy or noisy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

"Close to Luohu Shopping"
rmgar, 28 Mai 2016

We selected the hotel because of its closeness to Luohu Mall and easy access to the Dongmen area and location to the Lo Wu border crossing. We only had a one night stay in May on a shopping trip from Hong Kong. The hotel room was clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. There is not much in the area around the hotel but it was good for what we wanted. The staff were helpful and gave good directions to get to Dongmen Pedestrian area. [ It was only 2 stops on the Metro train from Luohu to Laojie station ]. The hotel is a good choice at a reasonable price for a shopping trip stopover.

"Very average hotel but close to the louhu mall"
vaidehisatish, 27 Mai 2016

This is a very average hotel with all amenities. The rooms are dusty and with furniture that are very old. The staff is helpful though. The buffet is quite elaborate with less variety. The only advantage to this hotel is that it is very close to the louhu mall. Other than this nothing much.

"NOT a 5 Stars Hotel"
Murtada A, 22 Mai 2016

- Food and services price is crazy in this hotel. - The surrounding area is so boring and nothing attractive at all. No nearby food for foreigners and you will have to eat at one of their restaurants for a very high price. - Housekeeping service does not respond promptly to complains and you have to call them twice or three times at least. - Very crowded lobby with locals coming and going especially on weekends. - The only advantage is the wireless internet which opens google services, facebook, twitter and all other websites blocked in China.

"Rate is good and place is OK. Near the station"
Richard C, 01 Mai 2016

The location is not far from train station, but not that close. There's a underground to the station. You can ask the direction in the lobby concierge, otherwise it's not easy to find it out. The hotel was modern, but now it's an old hotel. The room rate is good for a big room in an old hotel if you don't mind the hotel age.

"Affordable for the price"
Rodrigo R, 26 Avril 2016

Was my first hotel at Shenzhen visit, good hotel and accommodation. Have two restaurants, that's good. I'd reserved a non smoking room, but the all the floor smell to smoke. The room have old furniture but in good standing, and good services. A wonderful sunset view. I took this picture from the hotel room.

"Old hotel room,"
StanleyFoo, 25 Avril 2016

Nice exterior facade but old rooms. Location may be good but it is not easy to find the hotel if you are unfamiliar with this area. Price is also not that cheap cause you can definitely get better hotel rooms with this price elsewhere. Wifi is very very lousy and slow

"Below Best Western Quality Standard "
monsieur_park, 25 Avril 2016

First visit to this Best Western in Shenzhen. Chose this place because the proximity to Luohu Train Station. Room: Washroom had disgusting smell. It seems like they cleaned it with dirty(unwashed) mop. Staff: Spoke good English and they were very efficient Location: Hotel located by walking distance from Luohu Train Station. Due to this reason, the hotel was busy with lots of customers. Overall this hotel is 5 minutes away from Luohu Train Station witch is extremely convenient. Breakfast was available and average. Very busy hotel but this shouldn't reason to be below Best Western Quality Standard. The manager took care of the issue very professionally.

"If you can stay somewhere else do..."
Prop M, 15 Avril 2016

Arrived an hour ago, confusion over booing eventually got our rooms. Room is smelly beds are rock hard. Plastic ceilings in bathroom. Last time i saw that was on holidays in a mobile home in west cork. Hotel needs a massive injection of cash. We had planned on eating here however am afraid to as he comments over the food price has scared me. Hopefully they out a bit more effort into he hotel. The only positive so far is the bell hop that brought our bags to the room. (Gavin) He had a good command of english and helped setup our wifi and sorted a non working key.

"Worn and weary hotel nearby HK border"
John W, 12 Avril 2016

The hotel is at best a 3 star hotel that looks like it has seen better days. The furniture was worn and a bit dated. TV was nice - had many channels - a couple which were in English. The best part of hotel stays in China are their beddings. The sheets are quite clean and soft and light. They sheets are not scratchy and starchy like I've had elsewhere where hotels try to buy heavy duty sheets for durability. The pillows were nice and perfect height. We had great views of the cityscape. Breakfast was below par. The only delicious items were the omelettes and coffee from a jura machines. It was about $20! Eat elsewhere. Hotel is across the street from the last station on the green line. But it is far from city center and not the best location for checking out the startup scene. The rooms were quiet. The city is safe as the Chinese gov is very good about maintaining stability, but be careful anyway of pickpocketing. Shenzhen is a very difficult city to get around in without a Chinese speaking staff on hand. Subways have English signs. City is as expensive as NYC.

"Hardly any English.Let down big time! "
Depa38, 04 Avril 2016

Having read the recent reviews I decided to go with this hotel. OK so coming to Shenzen for the commercial city shopping centre from HK was smooth sailing. You get your 5 day visa and enter the Chinese border. Didn't take long, as very little queues. However the Chinese at the border/immigration are unhelpful and rude. I approached the counter that said VISA and I was told by the Chinese man on duty "no visa no visa. Go away. Go back to HK" Woah. Not a very nice start. I then had to find my way round and luckily bumped into fellow English speaking people. Hotel: Poorly kept. Needs a MAJOR refurbishment. Again lack of communication with people from BEHIND the check in desk. Shocking. To say the least. They wouldn't accept my credit card even though the SAME card was used to hold the booking through booking.com So I had to put down a deposit of ¥1500 cash which meant I had to get more money out for shopping. No apology. No explanation. Tried 2 different cards (same cards were OK in HK) Staff simply shrugged their shoulders followed by "I don't know I don't understand english" when asked why the payment wouldn't go through. I was forced to pay cash. Night time if you are on a floor of 20 or lower it gets very noisy. Unfortunately the hotel isn't maintained well at all. Also the breakfast isn't included and no vegetarian options at all with dining. The breakfast variety looked miserable when I did have an inspection of it. Prices for food are extortionate. Only plus side to this hotel is that it's cheaper than Shangri la( though I had wished I had stayed there for the comfort now) and the hotel is approx 10mins from shopping. Easy to go back and forth with dropping off shopping to hotel. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise would be a 2 Luckily I spent very little time in my room.

"Nice old hotel in good location"
Hartanta A, 10 Mars 2016

Stayed here for one night at Shenzhen The location is very good, near Hong Kong borderline and Louhu district which you can find a lot of cheap stuff in there The hotel also very near with railway station and MRT They have complete facility such as swimming pool and spa at the hotel The room also big, the bathroom is clean and has a good presure of hot water The staff are very friendly but the breakfast is so so Overall it was a good stay at this hotel for my Shenzhen trip

"Great Hotel"
alsies2, 01 Mars 2016

We stay here 4 time a year, for the past 7 years. This is really a great hotel. Could improve on the room service menu as we use it 3 to 4 time a stay. The maid service is also great, first thing in am and do a great cleaning .

"Pleasant stay but old furniture."
Teend213, 07 Février 2016

I stayed in Best Western Felicity hotel as it is close to the Hong Kong Border crossing. On check in the receptionist was very helpful, friendly and polite, I was allocated a room on 15th floor the room itself was very clean, but the furniture is very old, the wardrobe door was all chipped at the bottom the sofa was made of wicker and the arm was breaking, the kettle was old and worn (Furniture is definitely not 5 Star hotel standard). The bathroom very clean although the bath was very low water pressure very good although the water was not that hot. What lets this hotel down is the furniture other than that it would be an excellent hotel, The service I received from the hotel staff was very good, the concierge desk were also very helpful and polite at all times. Although the booking agent I used said it offers its own airport transportation it doesn't, however there is the airport express about 50 metres away from the hotel which costs 20 RMB and runs from 7.45am to 8pm daily.

"Freezing"
olgaschmelling, 25 Janvier 2016

Nothing wrong with the rooms, of course if u are the picky type u will mark that its not fresh 2016, bu its ok and clean and the situation is perfect. But the lobby was freezing cold, and the same for lobbyrestaurant etc. Seemed not constructed for below 5 degrees so we were shivering through the checkin.

"Don't Say I Didn't Warn You!"
Glenn B, 04 Janvier 2016

We booked for 3 people... and we were offered an upgrade to a new room for minimal increase a day or two before we arrived but we found out later it only had a double bed so they charged us for a temporary bed so we ended up paying significantly more anyway because our old room was no longer available yet the hotel was virtually empty. It was in my opinion a scam. They blamed booking.com for the error. Management on duty was worse than the main staff pretending to not understand english, yet later we found his english good when he did not have to sort out the problem Our non smoking room had ashtrays and stunk of cigarette smoke. There was still rubbish in the room from previous guests under the bed and the couch. The decor is from the 90's. The food was very average primarily because very few people were there and the food just sat there for hours. The only exception was the seafood buffet which was twice the price of the normal dinner and had just a kilo of prawns and 12 oysters for the whole room that was gone in 2 minutes and was not topped up for 2 hours. The recption area is garish and outdated. There is two lift systems in the building..... two glass lifts on one side of the foyer on each floor and about three or four on the other side. Because they are not linked guests would often press both and take the first lift that turns up. This means if you are coming down from a higher floor you often have to stop at every floor woth nobody to actually take the lift. Very frustrating. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. This was our worst hotel stay ever and you could not pay me to return. The hotel was in the 90's quite prestigious and they have photos up everywhere of people that have stayed but it has not changed since then other to join Best Western. Look elsewhere, this is not a good even those on a budget...

"Close to bordercrossing between China and Hong Kong."
Trevor058, 01 Janvier 2016

Modern hotel but showing signs of age and lack of maintenance. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the border crossing between Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong. It is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride. We stayed in a suite which provided additional space. In it's day it would have been a lovely suite with a comfirtable living room, separate largebedroom with en suite. There was also a powder room off the entrance. The bedding was of good quality. The hotel foyer was of grand proportions but showing signs of age. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dining inhouse was what we expected of a three/ four star hotel in China. Nearby dining options are limited. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Louhou Commercial Centre for bargain shopping. Also very close to the train station. Only a short taxi ride to the Dongman area etc. We felt we were offered good value for money however, in future, if we do not need direct access to he bordercrossing we would stay elsewhere in a higher rated priperty.

"Beautiful"
TheFoos, 30 Décembre 2015

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean. The lobby is amazing. It was decorated for Christmas which was very nice to see. Great location with lots of shops that you can walk to

"Impressive on the exterior"
PrincessKlang, 21 Décembre 2015

Spent 2 nights here which was just nice. There's a spa located on the 8th floor...just a tip - bring exact change and some for tip! Had a 2-hour foot and body massage which cost 160 yuan but never got back my change! View was good from my room which was clean. Walking distance to Luohu Market. However, carpet in the room needs to be changed!

"Better options in vicinity; look elsewhere for the time being"
Lee084, 13 Décembre 2015

Very dated facility, poorly trained staff; excellent location for arrival/departure to Hong Kong. A major remodel and more attention to staff, especially at check-in checkout would make this an attractive option for Shenzhen.

"Pretty average hotel"
CMDow, 10 Décembre 2015

Very average hotel. Staff not particularly friendly. Buffet breakfast, ok but we had a late meal and food was cold. Room was in dire need of an upgrade but it was clean and tidy. Bed rather hard but pillow comfortable.

"centrally located and functional"
nilesh13, 05 Décembre 2015

Bigger room than shenzhen standards, cooperative staff, wifi available but slow. centrally located . walking distance from Lou Hu market, and Railway station. Mac Donald , KFC at walkable distance if you are not ok with chinese food. Decent buffet.

"The worst hotel ever been to in china"
Kanchana D, 29 Novembre 2015

It is sad to see a hotel managed by an international chain is not maintaining any standards. Above all the staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Very uncomfortable beds with very hard mattresses. The hotel is very old and a major refurbishment is due. So if you are traveling to Shenzhen please don't visit thus hotel.

"A bit of a shambles"
Cachonfinga, 29 Novembre 2015

This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. Maybe in 1970 it was but in 2015, definitely not. Upon check-in I wasn't told about breakfast times, check-out times, or wifi. The key given to me didn't work initially and for some reason they wouldn't issue me with an extra key (I was travelling with a friend) As the key also activates the electric, this was of course a problem if one wanted to stay behind and rest/sleep or go out whilst phones are charging etc. The wifi was slow and they should have mentioned that gmail, facebook, google search etc are all blocked in China. Initially I though the wifi didn't work. I had been offered through a booking web site a late check out of 2pm which I was happy about as my flight that day was quite late. I confirmed the late check out the night before at about 10pm and was told everything was fine. The following day I had a call from reception at 12pm saying that they were fully booked and we needed to vacate the room. I explained that my late check out had been confirm the previous night and during this brief conversation the line went dead. Not sure if I was hung up on or not, I called reception and spoke to someone else, explained the situation and he said he would speak to a colleague and call back. They never did. I ended up checking out at 1.00pm which was fine, but nonetheless I thought it unprofessional. Fixtures and fittings are very very tired and very dated. Everything you look at needs attention or replacing. The positives are that the door staff are great! You can leave your luggage to be picked up later in the day at no charge and it is very close on foot to the Luohu entry point from Hong Kong.

"Nice location but little outdated !"
Pavan16, 19 Novembre 2015

Pros: 1. Location (Close to Luohu Shopping Market) 2. Housekeeping and room service (Our shower was not working adequately which was attended immediately, we did not have room key one (as key card was with some other room member) still after quick authentication room access was given) Cons: 1. Limited vegetarian options in breakfast (though on one day Chef prepared a special vegetarian dish for us which was not there in buffet) 2. Small size double beds (could be an issue if you have kids)

"Close to train station and good wifi but that's it"
Clara V, 16 Novembre 2015

Where do I start? It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel but working in the hotel industry myself, this is not 5 star service! The only good service came from the doormen. When checking in, no one informed me about checkout times, or breakfast times (I missed breakfast because I didn't know until what time they would serve), and they didn't offer to walk me to the room with my luggage. Neither did they inform me about the wifi. Wifi connection is good though. Ordered some breakfast a la carte - the croissants were the worst I ever had. The room is very dated, a lot of things are just old and with my scrambled eggs I got fries (In the morning?!) and brown coloured lettuce. Bed was comfortable, view was great (river view) en bathroom was spacious, however, I booked a room with kingsize bed, but this bed definitely was queen size. It is quite a long way still to the centre of Shenzhen, I should have just booked a hotel there. Don't come for the pool, it looks terrible.

"Smoky, even on the non-smoking floor."
shirleysmchan, 08 Novembre 2015

Tired looking hotel, which didn't bother Hubby and I as we just needed somewhere to sleep for one night as we explored Dongmen and Luhu commercial centre. What did bother us was the smell of smoke on our floor and in our room. I requested a non-smoking room when booking and at check-in, the receptionist upgraded us to the King Deluxe room on the 22nd floor. (22nd and 23rd floor are non-smoking floors.) Perhaps I'm particularly sensitive to smells, but I did not sleep a wink that night as all I could smell was cigarettes in the air. Our towels and bathrobe, which were as soft as cotton, also had the smell of cigarettes on them! Horrible. Oh, and one more thing, while our room seemed very clean and dust free, Hubby informed me that a cockroach ran across our bed while I was in the shower. He didn't tell me until the next morning 'cause he knew I'd freak out. So, if you happen to stay in room 2214, there might be a dead cockroach under the bedside table on the right hand side of the bed.

"Just shopping and louhu convenience that's it"
porusarora, 03 Novembre 2015

A very aged and dated property , rooms need desperate renovation, the bathrooms are not suitable for anyone around six feet of height , only good feature is it is nearby to louhu shipping complex for last libute cheap China shopping before crossing over to Hong Kong, the twin bed size also very small unlike the queen twin beds we find everywhere now.

"Very good hotel for individual or family travellers"
vishalpwn, 30 Octobre 2015

This hotel is situated at a walking distance from MTR, shopping center, train station and bust station at Luo HU. There is a direct shuttle bus from Shenzhen airport to this hotel in Luo Hu. Due to its close vicinity to all these areas, its is an excellent choice to stay in Shenzhen. Rooms are good with all facilities. what I really liked is the Buffet break fast with a lot of variety. Tthe room tariff is little high as compare to other good hotels nearby.

"very confortable hotel"
juan969, 20 Octobre 2015

good and very nice hotel the rooms really nice more bigs then mostly all the other hotels and the service very efficient, good breakfast and nice restaurant. one of the best hotels I have been in shenzhen near the rail station.

"Close to Train Station"
Micha M, 17 Octobre 2015

This hotel is conveniently located very close to HK border and the Train Station. Employees are helpful. Hotel overall looks worn down and rooms are clean, but need to ne renovated. Breakfast cannot ne recommended. OK for 1-2 nights and when you want to stay close to HK border and Train station.

"Just okay ..."
tg0404, 02 Octobre 2015

My friend and I go shopping to Hong Kong & Shenzhen once per year. Every other year we have stayed at the Shangri La. This time we chose to try the Best Western Felicity and save some money. We spent the extra money to stay on the Executive Floor and have the cocktails etc, which was really a waste of money. The rooms were quite adequate and roomy enough. Breakfast had very little variety at all. Cocktail hour consisted of one glass of wine and some small soggy sandwiches. Customer service was dreadful as the majority of the staff did not speak English so it was extremely difficult to get directions or even order a drink. If you are self sufficient and know where you are going and do not need to deal with the hotel staff then you could stay here happily.

"Worst customer service in Asia!!!"
Anupsridhar, 30 Septembre 2015

Room is spacious, hotel is conveniently located. Nothing else in this hotel is worth mentioning. Absolutely the worst hotel staff I have ever seen!! I have travelled all over the world and I have never seen hotel staff who do their best to inconvenience you. Corridor carpets are old and musty, and in general smell dirty.

"It can't be more coveniently located."
145piyushs, 27 Septembre 2015

As a business traveler if you are looking for some place to stay in Shenzhen where you can take Tube to go anywhere in the city, can take the train to go to Guangzhou (or Hong Kong), can walk some distance to have trail of nice restaurants then Felicity is the best place to stay. I have stayed here couple of times and I am never disappointed. Of course there may be other hotels which might spoil you by hospitality if you visit them more than 4 times in six months but here that was missing (and I am trying to be too greedy here). The staff is clinical but helpful if you seek some information. The rooms are nice, big enough for solo traveler and all comforts taken care of. A nice shower and a comfy bed. Thankfully I always asked and got river view room and am happy as some evenings sipping a beer overlooking the greenery and water is soothing. The breakfast is predominantly Chinese but a good mix of western choices so you can really have a filling breakfast. The hotel is situated in Luohu , across Hong Kong border and Luhhu station just across the road. Station is attached to a large market and in case you need to shop some bargains you can walk there. I prefer walking up to Renmin Road which has choice of restaurants, great cafe, Italian restaurants and of course my favorite Indian restaurant Bollywood Cafe. I can conclude this place is value for money.

"Good Hotel , Positive Feeling"
HANSALB, 25 Septembre 2015

Best Western Shenzhenis a Nice Hotel, which is Very Very Conveniently Located in Luohu. Just Few Minutes Walk from Shopping Area and Stone Throw Away from ShenzhenRailway Station. Even Luohu Customs is Just Nearby , WHich Saves your Lot of Time, while Rushing for Hongkong. Size of the Room is Reasonably Large and Almost all the rooms have Good Views.

"big room, clean, near louhu shopping centre and HK border"
swooshmac, 23 Septembre 2015

I am not sure why there are so many complaints about this hotel. It was very clean, large room (I had an executive room), 10min walk from HK border(up stairs and a bit hard to find at first) and 5min walk from Luoho shopping centre. For the price, it was an excellent hotel. Sauna downstairs and hair salon too.
