« Great place to stay close to airport »

The hotel was clean the staff nice and the shuttle service to the airport made it a breeze. The restaurant was closed as it was Thanksgiving day the staff made sure to give us a list of restaurants close by that were open.

« Stopover stay near the Seattle airport »

Our stopover stay at Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel was an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable, breakfast provided a variety of selections, coffee was great. All the staff members we encountered, from the front desk, to breakfast attendant, were all professional, friendly and very helpful. They provided an airport shuttle which was a big plus. This is our second time staying at this hotel and made a point to stay there whenever we have a long drive to Canada. We plan to stay there again for future trips.

« Are you serious. Visited July 7th/2015 »

Today. Nov. 26.2016 I just received a response from the manager of this motel with an acknowledgement of the very non professional way they run their establishment. I cannot belive they have the nerve to finally after sixteen ..yes 16..months to say they want to a address this issue. Their actions really do speak louder than any half hearted attempt to make amends. No need to go on as they just continue to prove to us and many others why Not to stay there..I remain.....Bob L.

« Good Value, Nice Rooms »

I booked my sister-in-law into this hotel for an early morning departure so we didn't have to get up at 3:00 AM and drive to SeaTac. The room was quite pleasant, clean, and the linens were comfortable. The TV was nice, and the staff helpful. At $99 for the night, it's a solid value in the SeaTac area. And the early morning shuttle got her to the airport in plenty of time to make her flight home!

    5
    « Great service »

Shuttle was fast and convenient. Great location .We Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Fantastic for the price. A little dated but nothing to bad. The service Of the staff was great. Early check in was a huge bonus

« Great place for airport travelers »

We now stay here each time we need to fly out of SeaTac airport, avoiding morning rush hour traffic problems on I-5 and having an affordable and convenient place to leave the car with their Sleep and Fly deals. The shuttle picking us up at the airport arrived in less than 5 minutes. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast service is decent. We appreciated the option to grab a couple of pizzas in their restaurant to bring back to our room when we checked in after 8pm. The staff - the front desk, the restaurant, and the cleaning crew - were universally friendly and helpful.

    5
    « Guest satisfaction »

Front desk will call after check in to ensure your room is to your satisfaction. Not to many hotels do this anymore, I for one are glad they do. No issues or complaints at all of this hotel, very clean up to date.

    4
    « Convenient, friendly staff »

Convenient, friendly staff; interested and helpful. Comfortable room; got a good night's sleep notwithstanding road noise. Only downsides: I should have requested a room at back off main road; lighting in room was not bright enough.

    5
« Best Breakfast and Pool! »

The breakfast buffet rocks! The food quality, selection, service, layout and airy dining area are top notch and I'll been to a lot of complementary breakfasts. Lots of unexpected nice touches - cut fruit, fresh half and half, good Seattle coffee, prepared oatmeal, eggs, bacon, waffles and French toast, loads of condiments etc. The indoor pool and spa area are super nice and well kept as is the whole operation. Yes, you can hear the jets, but we're we were never awakened by the sound.

    4
    « seattle visit »

Friendly helpful staff, quiet clean rooms, good breakfasts and a shuttle to the airport and also to the light rail link station which was most useful, as you could go down town sightsee all day, take the light rail back and get the shuttle back to the hotel

« You can do better »

If you want to sleep, don't go here. The airplanes are loud, the guests are louder. The location is poor, although it is walking distance from LINK, there are no restaurants or other amenities. Fox news plays non-stop -- OFFENSIVE!

    « Enjoyable Stay. »

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Cleaning service was great. Always stay at Best Western because I have never had a bad experience with them. Many to choose from wherever I travel. Rooms are safe, clean and comfortable.

    « Surprisingly Good! »

I didn't expect much, and this hotel exceeded expectations. Convenient to the airport, room clean and well appointed friendly desk people, a generous breakfast. Not luxurious, but a very good value. I would definitely return,

    « Excellent value & service! »

I have used many hotels over the past year in or around Seattle & this is the first one where I felt we got a great experience for our money. The quality of rooms & amenities was on level with many more higher priced hotels but with unexpected bonuses (lower pricing, friendliness of staff, better quality pool, spa, leisure spaces, tasty free breakfast, comfy soft bed, etc). Only thing missing was a microwave & in room safe. Overall will use this hotel for all future stays to Seattle.

    « Updated Airport Hotel »

Staff were prompt and courteous. Check-in and check-out were increadibly fast...they realize their clientelle are not there to be chatted up. The lobby is updated to a modern almost chic feel. Hallways felt a bit too well lit but that might just be a security issue. The room was clean and functional. Decor was pretty typical but the place felt pretty clean and new. Free airport shuttle was prompt to and from Sea-Tac although beware, it is a ombined hotel and parking lot shuttle...you may have to wait a bit as most of the riders are heading to the parking lot and the van fills up pretty quickly.

    5
    « Park n Fly Hotel »

My husband and I were looking for a hotel that also offered free parking while traveling. Making the reservation was easy. When we arrived, the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable with our reverse park n fly package. We waited five minutes for a van to take us to the airport and on our return just after midnight, we called the hotel and a van was there within an easy ten minutes! Hotel room was nice and the free breakfast in the morning made the experience complete - we will use this particular hotel whenever we are in the area - wonderful!

    4
    « Business »

I use this hotel because it is convenient to the airport and to where our business meetings are held. It is a good hotel at a good price. The staff from top to bottom is friendly and helpful. I am a little less impressed with the breakfast since they remodeled.

    5
    « Books and Covers »

What an amazing surprise! The outside looks drab and court like. The inside is an oasis for travelers wanting to be close to the airport for that early departure. As you walk in you are immediately welcomed by the staff. They have a great game room with air hockey, ping pong and shuffle board and a lovely pool with an area to gather and enjoy. The front office provides board games if you don't like chasing the ping pong balls around and there are plenty of areas throughout the facility to sit and watch the games on TV. Breakfast was the usual BW fare, always something for everyone. I do want to remind you that you are close to the airport so plenty of airplanes to listen to as they go by, but when you are tired from having all the fun, you really don't notice them.

    5
    « Tom saved the day ! »

WE stayed at this hotel after our cruise, Room was ready even though we were early, very clean and spacious. We tried to print off our boarding passes at their "business center" which was a lesson in frustration, Tom at the front desk offered to print them off for us, saving us time at the airport as our flight was very early.

    5
    « Great Travel Stop »

This is a great place to stop on your way through Seattle. We stayed the night before an early flight to Hawaii. Left our car in their lot. Free shuttle to airport. Hotel is old but renovated to current needs. Lots of places to plug stuff in the room. Great breakfast, plus a variety of sandwiches to purchase for lunch if you are on a flight that doesn't serve food. Stayed the night of our arrival back into Seattle. Got in very late. Shuttle there quickly. Slept in late but breakfast was still being served! We will do this again.

« Great Value for Business Travel at Seattle Airport »

Best Western SEATAC , on International Blvd.,is Great Value for Seattle Airport Travel, and location is very handy with Airport Shuttle Service, and close to fine Dining. As an updated facility the property is efficient with very friendly staff and good service overall. Fly away Parking and Hot Breakfast are included in room rate. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and pleasant with comfy beds and linen. WiFi, Gym, and Pool are the amenities. Pleasant stay experience overall.

    4
« Great Location for Airport Access »

I have stayed here a few times, but this was my first stay since the lobby remodel. Very nice, modern decor is pleasant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In the future, I will remember to ask for a room away from the vending machines on the second floor. My inability to control the noise outside my room was the worst part of my stay.

    3
    « Very Disappointing Stay »

I have stayed at more than a few Best Western hotels in the past and I booked this one based on prior pleasant experiences. When I made our reservation. I explained we are in our 70's and would be arriving very late. Our flight arrived about 11:15 pm. It took quite a while before the free shuttle arrived to take us to the hotel. It was a short drive to the hotel and the woman at the desk was pleasant and gave us our room number and keys. It was room 32 on the lower level which was the farthest room down there. It was very difficult for us (my sister-in-law and I) to walk that far handling our luggage ourselves and there was no one to help us. I called the front desk from the room and asked for a room closer to the lobby since we still had two trips to make for breakfast and for departing. I was told she was sorry but there was. nothing else available with two beds. Now, I have experienced Best Western to have a really good breakfast with a lot of variety, but not so. The buffet was very limited in choices and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to senior citizens.

    « Perfect transit hotel »

Altho it looks less "snazzy" from the street, the hotel is very nice. It has many choices of rooms. Staff is very friendly. Reception gave us a large room on lower level. It was clean and quiet though a bit dated. The pool and recr room was a pleasant surprise and relaxing. Surprised by a tasty quick-order evening meal in the dining room. Altho the menu is limited, I've had the same food at expensive places where it didn't taste as good as here. Our kids did well on the menu, which was important. The airport shuttle driver was a great driver. Traffic made it a bit slow...good thing we left hotel on shuttle 2 hrs before departure.

« decent for the area »

myself and my wife flew all night and arrived at 1230 am and decided to take a shower and after the shower the fire alarm went off, we called the front desk and was told it is normal and needed to vent the room because of the steam sets off the smoke detector, also we were placed in room 243 directly across from the vending machines, very noisy all night especially when guests would get items. also we stayed before at this hotel before the renovations and were happy about it having a bar/ restaurant, we were going to have an extended stay and were looking forward to this extra perk of your hotel. unfortunately once we got there and saw there was not much available. the other issue was the key cards every time we came back to the hotel are cards would not work, I know they are magnetic sensitive so I kept them away from other credit cards and cell phones but that did not help, when escorting my wife back from surgery while she was recovering I had to leave her at the door and run back down to the desk to get the cards re activated that was not helpful as my wife was hurting. after all the money we paid per night and stayed as long as we did we did not expect so many issues, I left to go to the store and the fire alarm went off for the entire place and my wife was required to evacuate on her own which was difficult for her.

    « I'LL BE BACK »

This is a great hotel near the airport. If we come back, we will stay here. We had a king room which was quite roomy. It had an easy chair and desk, mini frig and coffee pot. The hotel is quiet, seems upscale, the area we were in is newly decorated, although I believe there are some rooms that have not been redone yet. There is a small indoor pool (with pretty comfortable temps), a large hot tub, an exercise room, and a game room too. All of this area is tastefully done and offers room to sit and visit if you have a small group. Two reasons I chose this hotel are the shuttle and breakfast. It offers a free shuttle to the airport. It runs every 15 minutes and you can confirm it the day before. The driver was pleasant and efficient. The other reason I chose this hotel was the hot breakfast which begins at 5AM. It gave us time to eat well before heading out. When they advertise hot breakfast, they don't just mean waffles. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal, pastries, fruits and yogurt. They even have a latte machine, but I think that is an extra charge. The front desk clerks were extremely professional and pleasant. Even though it is near the airport, the noise from the planes wasn't a bother. If you stay here, it is close to the train which goes to downtown Seattle. We did not try it, but knowing how horrible Seattle traffic is, and how expensive parking is, I would definitely use the train to go downtown rather than renting a car. If you are here and need a rental car, Payless is straight across the street Would I stay here again? You bet!

    « great trip »

Easy access from airport just a few blocks away. Breakfast was a great, with a good selection of cold, hot items, fruit, bread items. Well stocked breakfast bar staff pleasant and asking if they can get you anything. Over all room comfortable, great pool and hot tub plenty of towels for a family of 4. Free internet

    « Overnight stay »

I was tired and feeling ill after a long flight from Kansas City to Seattle. It was late at night and all I wanted to do was check in and collapse for the evening. However, the desk clerk was on the phone for at least 10 minutes, unable to help the 4 customers ahead of me. Finally a second clerk came out to help, and the logjam was broken up. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. The bathroom had a shower that had originally been a bathtub -- this must be an older hotel that has attempted to upgrade. Breakfast was adequate -- the usual fare for a free hotel breakfast. I only chose the fruit, and it was fresh and tasty.

    3
    « DISAPPOINTED...AND MISLED »

We were very disappointed in this Best Western. This hotel is clean...but needs updating. Poor lighting in our room. Our biggest issue is that the advertised restaurant/lounge is nothing more than a breakfast area with a very limited menu....not a restaurant at all. And when a "lounge" is advertised, we expected a full bar...but no.....just beer and wine. ALSO...there was a coffee area for cups of coffee during the day/evening...but you had to pay for it!!! Never, in all the BW hotels we've stayed, have we ever had to pay for a cup of coffee. It was always complimentary. This BW hotel is a disgrace to the Best Western name. We will never stay here again.

    4
    « Everything was great »

Everything was perfectly fine, better than I expected given the rate and past experiences at Best Western. I stayed in a room with new furniture (per the front desk), so everything was in great shape. Only thing I'd really like is a better exercise room. This one is more accurately a "cardio room", with treadmill, bike, elliptical machine. No room for anything else, or to even to things like pushups. The food in the cafe was really pretty good, even if basic. And the beer was good and cold. All in all, a great value.

  • 3
« Overall- Fine, but felt a little fooled... »

The hotel is fine - clean, functional, and safe. I had three "false advertising" issues: 1) The advertising indicates that this hotel is 1.5 miles from the airport. It is 3.5 miles from the airport, on 208th street. 2) The On-site Restaurant, "The Boulevard Cafe," does not look like the photos on the website. The "restaurant" is actually just the breakfast room where you can place take-out orders. It is confusing - you aren't sure what you are supposed to do when you walk in - there's no hostess or waiters or formal seating. If you walk along the stainless steel breakfast bar, you will find a stack of paper-copied menus. You can stand there and a the employee working the kitchen will come out to take your order. The menu is limited - basically, hamburger, turkey sandwich, chicken fingers, small pizzas, but it was fast (15 minutes) and decent food. 3) Front Desk Service: Our toilet was clogged upon our arrival. We asked for assistance, and the person at the front desk handed us a plunger. I was not successful in plunging the toilet, and upon a second request for help, a person came to the room and took care of the toilet. Fortunately, there was a public bathroom down the hall from our room that served us for the first 2 hours of our stay. 4) Shuttle. I was worried about an early flight, and I asked the person at the front desk if the shuttle picked any other people up at locations other than the Best Western - specifically - Are there any other stops? The person said, "No, it's our own shuttle. Only our guests." Immediately after we loaded on to the shuttle from the Best Western, the shuttle drove to a general parking lot and loaded on 8 more passengers. It added 8 minutes to our time. Not a terribly big deal, but again, it was not as advertised. 5) In room coffee maker didn't work.

    5
« We we're surprised how nice our room was. »

Not having slept in a Best Western for many years, I didn't have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised as to how comfortable our stay was. The king-sized bed was new and firm. The pillows were even really comfortable. It's very close to the airport and car rental return but we didn't hear planes above us at all. The building is secure and we parked close to an entrance. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff was helpful in directing us to find places nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    5
    « Great stay.Great upgrades »

This hotel has made great improvements since my stay there last year. Upgraded rooms, great prices, friendly staff and upgraded/improved lounge. Highly suggested. Hotel is minutes from SEA-TAC airport and close to many shops, etc.

    5
    « Great sleep »

Very nice place to stay with nice rooms, quite area yet so close to the airport. So good to find a place that I could leave my car at along with the lodging and all at a great price. Helpful employees and clean rooms so would recommend this hotel to others.

    5
    « Comfortable and Easy »

Family of four, two queen beds. Easy check in, used Sleep and Fly (AWESOME DEAL on this, by the way). Room was clean and fairly spacious. Staff checking in was pleasant and helpful. We ate in this night, and used the onsite restaurant. Decent price, and good-sized portions. Beds were REALLY comfortable. They don't use little, individual containers for soaps/shampoos; instead use the wall dispensers (not a fan, but we brought our own stuff, so...). Will stay again.

    4
    « Comfy and practical »

A good choice if you need to spend a night near the airport. Free shuttle was efficient and rooms were comfy. The price was very reasonable compared to a central Seattle hotel. Free breakfast was also good.

    5
    « Very Nice Motel »

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The game room and pool were a nice change to keep the grandchildren entertained. Even my husband and I played some of the games. I left my pillow there, and I called to ask them to set it aside for me so I could pick it up on my way back from Calif. and it was there waiting for me when I got back.

    4
    « Seattle Area »

Well maintained property within walking distance to the Angle Lake station for Sound Transit's Link light rail system that will take you to SEATAC Airport or to downtown Seattle to visit the Space Needle, EMP or Pike Place Market.

« SLEEP IN COMFORT WITH THEIR HEAVENLY BEDS! »

We stayed overnight after a long flight from China. The bed and pillows were so comfy; I couldn't believe it! Room was large with couch, chair and ottoman. Bath amenities were 1st class; towels fluffy. Great value for the price!

    4
    « Comfortable and Clean »

Reasonably priced hotel with all the amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. There is a game room/pool/hot tub area that is wonderful for kids and adults who need respite after a long day of traveling. We would stay here again.

    « Now well connected »

We visited in late September and intended to stay one night following our flight and move to downtown Seattle for two more nights. However a combination of finding the hotel to be very comfortable and also within walking distance of Angle Lake Station we decided to stay put and travel in to the City both days. The station had only just opened the previous week so we were very lucky! If you find the walk a bit far, I am certain that the hotel shuttle bus would drop you off at the station.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Close to the SEATAC AirPort, Enjoyed the stay very comfy beds. I would stay again. Great Park-n-Stay or park at the Aero Parking with a reservation. Great Transportation to and from the airport. Need I Say More!!

« Convenient Airport Shuttle Service with Reasonable Price »

My family chose Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel as an overnight stay for an early flight on the second day. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service which picked us up when we returned the rental car at the airport, and commuted us to the airport on the second day's morning. Both to and from airport were less than 10 minutes, and courtesy phone at SEA airport was easy to use to ask for shuttle dispatch. The hotel itself is well-located, which is less than 10 minutes drive to Westfield Southcenter Mall which incorporated lots of options stores, restaurants and shops. The room is a little dated, but concerning the price, still a very good deal. The beds are comfy, and bathroom is spacious. The only regret is that the hotel doesn't provide body lotion. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, including both hot and cold items, like cereals, sausages, scrambled eggs, and plenty of fruits. We also had the opportunity to use the swimming and hot tub in the public area. In the evening, the pool were a little bit crowded, and the hot tub is super comfy for people after a long travel. At around 70USD price, Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel is a very good choice for an overnight stay in SEA area.

« Stayed here before will definitely stay here again! »

Yup, i'm back! This hotel and their awesome staff make you feel welcome! Kudos to Kit, at the front desk for your amazing personality and making us feel right at home! The dining area has been renovated and they actually added outlets on the tables so you can charge your phones or tablets while eating. a very nice touch! the rooms are still as clean and comfortable as ever and their price cant be beat! The free breakfast is still good! Their shuttle drivers are awesome! they even have great tips on where to park, where to eat! Their location cant be beat! close to the airport and everywhere else! like what i said before, i will definitely stay here again, and again!

« Nobody does it better! »

October 14, 2016 - I checked into Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel after a late flight from Chicago, and was greeted by members of your front desk staff with a wonderful level of enthusiasm and warmth! Helpful and accommodating is the only way I could describe EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of the staff I had the pleasure to encounter! The custodians, the wonderful ladies who put out the complementary breakfast, the front desk staff; every guest I met was smiling! How could they not be? The morale there is so wonderful as to be just infectious! Every West coast friend I have will be told what a great staff you have (all three shifts), and to tell there friends to avail themselves of a visit any time they can! They will be treated like honored guests!

« Centrally located airport hotel »

Had I not read the good reviews of this hotel, I probably would not have stayed here. And really I was not disappointed. The hotel is an older property but was nicely maintained and clean. The room was SMALL, but had a comfortable bed, a nice flat-screen TV and a good table and chairs that allowed me to do some computer work....using the courtesy Wi-Fi system. The bathroom contained a fixture that provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash (similar to what you would find on a cruise ship). Although the idea is probably good, it was quite a challenge getting body wash and shampoo out of the fixture. The courtesy breakfast bar was really amazing. Real scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast/waffles, really fresh pineapple and melon was a plus - and quite good. The hotel also had a game area containing ping pong and Foosball tables. The pool and hottub area was nice, but the pool and hottub both needed a thorough deep cleaning. The location is great. Pretty easy access to the 5 freeway, and a quick 10 minute to the rental car return at the airport made the location convenient. For the price I paid, I certainly cannot complain and would probably stay there again.

« Good for a one night stay only... »

We stayed here for one night, before a very early flight out of SeaTac. The hotel was perfect for what it is: a place to crash before an early or after a late flight. I would not recommend this hotel for anything more than that. There were not a lot of a dining options in the area (which was rather sketchy), something I haven't experienced on other "airport rows". The room was updated and clean, but had a very odd odor. The shuttle was easy and on time. The staff was friendly enough. As I said, perfect for what it is but if you are considering a longer stay you would be better off somewhere else.

    4
    « Good Value »

I had a very pleasant stay here. Less than 5 minutes from the airport, 24 hour shuttle was right on time and I only waited about 10 minutes for them to pick me up on return. I got a very fair price for a 3 night stay. We were waiting for a cruise and had to meet everyone here but I arrived a few days early. Ended up going back and forth to downtown Seattle on the light rail. Not a bad commute. So if you want to, you can stay here a lot cheaper than in the city. A clean, very comfortable place to stay with great pool and sauna. Nice stop over. Desk clerk was very helpful at check-in. Room was clean but spartan, beds were comfortable but not exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful (hard-boiled eggs, juice, milk, coffee, fruit, biscuits, pastries, yogurt) but again, not exceptional. Overall, an excellent value for the area.

    « Best Western hotel stay 10/07-10/10/16 »

The rooms had an odor and I asked to be moved to another room. The guys who work in the evening were kind enough to offer me other rooms and even offered me a king size room which was going to be available the next day one of the ladies at the front desk refused and said my rates would go up if I moved into a king size room. There were two ladies who worked the front desk during the day, one was new and one was not, The new lady was really nice but the other one was just mean. She finally put me in a handicapped room which had a fly in it that was a nuisance at night. I asked for a microwave which is something I usually get at the Best Western hotel and I never got one, neither did I even get a call to say "sorry we can't find one for you now". At check out Monday morning, the lady who was working messed up my rates, My receipt showed that I had been charged a higher amount and when I brought it to her attention, there were no apologies. Please always look at your receipt when you check out. The breakfast quality has gone down, egg/omelette was cold some days. The shuttle driver was also not nice because I did not give him a tip for carrying my suit case on and off the shuttle. I honestly just did not have any cash on me so he just dropped me off and did not even help me with directions to the terminal, he just drove off clearly seeing that I was going the wrong way in the cold morning weather. Please shuttle drivers, sometimes people don't give you a tip just because they don't have it not because they don't want to. Just be nice and wish someone a nice day or a safe trip, we might meet again.

    « Great Service »

The hotel is dated on the outside but the inside has been remodeled. I found the staff wonderful but the hotel was a little cold feeling even with the updates. Price was a bit over $100 per night which isnt to bad for the area but there are other hotels for similar price in the area which are newer. I prefer to stay at BW as much as I can due to the staff, which is important to me.

    « Great value »

For under $100/nite you get a clean well-maintained hotel with many amenities. Not much to eat nearby but their shuttle will take you to where you can get that. Very helpful staff. We were very pleased.

    « Excellent service »

Hotel service was the best. Quick easy check in and Check out. Excellent room. Breakfast best in 3 years of visits to Best Western Canada, USA. Is at airport and planes are noisy but I expected that with stay near hotel. For price was great.

« Convenient access to the airport »

This hotel is just a few miles from the airport entrance and the rental car return area. Convenient for sure. Prices are good, though the cautionary sign in the bathroom about linens is a bit tacky. The mattress was a bit under part as well, but the convenience of the location and the price was worth this bit of inconvenience for one night. The breakfast is very nice and evening meals are available.

« Seattle's BEST Kept Secret in Accomodations!!! »

My wife and I came back to Seattle after several days of sightseeing around the Vancouver B.C. and Oregon area and we of course had no previous reservations? But that was no problem she happened to get lucky and get Tom on the line and he was able to secure us the last room he had with a king size bed in it! Tom went out of his way to assure my wife when we arrived he would take care of all the details and he did just that!!! I can't say enough about Tom and his over the top service to us because he could tell we were not from this area and he made every effort to make us feel right at HOME!!! The service at this location near the Seattle Tacoma Airport was the BEST we had received ANYWHERE in our 7 day vacation bar none!!! And just when we thought it couldn't get any better the next day we went to check out and we met David he locked our bags away in a closet so we could finish our tour of the greater Seattle area and he arranged for the free shuttle to the light rail station and when we returned he went out of his way to serve us with coffee and refreshments while we waited on our flight late that evening!!! I would just like to say that I don't know who is in charge of hiring the employees here at this Best Western but they sure picked two of the NICEST most ACCOMODATING people we have ever had the good fortune of meeting in our MANY years of traveling!!! 5 Stars and Two Thumbs Up to Best Western SeaTac, WA!!!!!!!

    « Convenient »

Very convenient location. Room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Nice bathroom with great water pressure in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful at both check in and out. Breakfast was better than average with plenty of seating and choices. Someone was constantly cleaning/attending to the area. Quick shuttle to airport and no complaints overall. At $98 for the room and breakfast, would definitely stay here again.

    « Great night sleep »

We have stayed here about 10 times since we moved to the area. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is ample. We have given them a pass for the past year because of a shuttle mix up where the shuttle driver blew us off because he was running behind. Since we were flying somewhere there were plenty of flights (and our entire vacation wouldn't be ruined by missing this one), we decided to give them another try. Everything went well. And I would recommend them, but maybe reserve a shuttle 15 min. earlier than you really need.

« Back again, another night, another flight »

We were catching a morning flight from SeaTac Airport and didn't want to drive three hours from our home - so, for about the 12th time, we relied on the Best Western to offer us good value, a safe place to park our car [stay and fly] as well as the comfort of their facility. Checking in with the staff was almost like coming home...I'm surprised, but I think they are coming to know us. They were there to answer all questions and help as required. The room [we were offered an upgrade] was amazing - and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Our morning breakfast was great, plentiful, tasty and hot...I don't know what more they could have offered us. We have another flight booked in November, so if it's required, we'll be back.

« Our stay at the Seatac Best Western hotel - a memorable visit! »

My husband I decided to explore downtown Seattle free of the worry of finding parking. This hotel was well situated to the "train" which takes you downtown for a very reasonable cost. The hotel staff were very helpful with getting us to the right station. Our total experience with our accommodation and transit options was wonderful. We hope to return to the same hotel and explore the area in more detail. The staff are most friendly and helpful.

    « Noisy Hotel - Allows Parties »

There was a party directly across the hall from us. This is at 10 pm at night and we contacted the desk and they came up but shortly after they were at it again. This pretty much went on all night. They should have been kicked out but were allowed to carry on with the partying to the discomfort of other guest. Apparently this hotel allows large party groups on a regular basis. If you need rest to catch a early plane in the morning, DO NOT STAY HERE!

« Great place to stay near Seatac airport »

I've stayed here last year and like that they had a game room. My grandson liked playing air hockey, and foos ball They also have ping pong and shuffle board tables. Nice to have a place to hang out besides the guest room. The following year we stayed there as well. The indoor pool and exercise room is in the same area. Service is great. They make you feel very welcome. Shuttle to/from airport available as well as . free breakfast.

    « Amazing Stay »

Arrived Friday September 30th. I wish I would of gotten the clerks name but he was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The room was great and priced perfectly. Great breakfast in the morning and free shuttle to the airport. I am not sure who the girl was who check me out of the hotel but she was AMAZING and printed out google map instructions to my location in Seattle. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

    « Great breakfast! »

We chose this hotel to be close to the airport. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle to the airport. We turned in our car in the night before and they sent the shuttle to bring us back from the airport which saved us time in the morning to have breakfast. The scrambled eggs and bacon were better than any hotel I've ever been in. We took a swim in the indoor pool which was nice. All the towels and linens seemed really fresh and new

    3
« Good location with easy access to the airport »

Had a flight out the next afternoon so stayed here as it was close to the airport. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than average and had plenty of space to accommodate the other guests during the busy breakfast time. The hotel is dated and could use some updating but seemed clean. To avoid the traffic noise do not get a room on the front side of the hotel as the traffic pretty much never stops. There is a game room with air hockey, ping pong and foosball but nothing was functioning properly. The pool area is nice.

    5
« Good motel with easy airport access »

The staff was very friendly, helpful and competent. The shower, bed and the breakfast were good. They provided a "breakfast in a bag" for family members who were leaving on a flight and who took the airport shuttle at 3:30 a.m. We stay at this Best Western whenever we are going to travel or with family members who are traveling. We will stay here again. It's only about 10 minutes from Sea-Tac airport. You can also leave your car parked here with a park/ride option.

« Customer Service Made the Difference »

We spent the night of September 22nd heading to a cruise out of Seattle. We have stayed at this property before and loved it. This time, our room had sliding glass doors to a balcony facing an extremely busy and loud street. Our reservation had been made six months before and the property seemed full. Little sleep, in spite of the comfortable beds, etc. and noted such when checking out. The desk clerk was genuinely concerned that I was unhappy and took excellent care of us. I recommend this property but suggest that you request a room on the west side if noise is a problem for you. A nice hot breakfast, pool, fitness room and shuttle service make this a good value.

    2
    « Won't do stay here again. »

Very bad customer service and really bad experience overall. The room was not cleaned up when I arrived, even though it was well after the check in time. After a day of flying, had to wait almost two hours to get my room ready. It was always noise that prevented me for resting and sleeping and the cleaning lady entered the room while the no disturb sign was on the door, while I was taking a shower. Never again!!!

    « visit to Seattle »

I come here every year and love the breakfast menu and the beds and pillows. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outdated in some rooms and I love to stay on the second floor because you have a patio door you can step outside and enjoy the cool air in Seattle. It is conveniently located near town, the airport and has airport shuttle.

    5
« Another night in Seattle »

I found my stay very comfortable/pleasurable, even though it was for business. I was upgraded to a King Suite and found it very roomy, comfortable and great to for an overnight, or longer, stay. I plan on staying here again the next time I'm in Seattle.

    5
    « Loved it! »

Great experience. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is convenient and good. The shuttle will also take you to the light rail for the 35 minute trip into downtown Seattle. Had dinner one night in their cafe. The burger and salad were very tasty. In room coffee is good but use the bottled water provided for better taste.

« Awesome stay Great staff »

We have stayed at many Hotels across the country and this was one of the most enjoyable staff ever. The breakfast was best we have had. Pool and game rooms are Awesome and clean. I will stay here anytime in the area. Two thumbs up.

    « Greta place before a game »

this is a good hotel to stay art if you are going to watch any of the Seattle sports teams, I would stay here next time I go, they offer a shuttle to the train and then you can get to the games, area is also near the airport

    « Comfort and Value »

We use Best Western Airport Executel in Seattle for all our trips requiring a flight and have done so for the last 10 years. The staff, food, rooms and shuttle service are fantastic. The park and fly option takes away the stress of trying to get to your gate timely. Your car is safe and the driver is always quick to pick you up after your flight. We will always use Best Western Executel to start off our vacations

    5
    « Airport Option »

Property is well maintained, appears to be safe , and is close to airport, rental car return and light rail. Hotel staff were very helpful with early check in, directions, info on Seattle, and use of hotel shuttle. Breakfast provided by hotel was good and offered many options . Our experience was very positive.

    5
    « Best Value »

We stay here every time we head out for a vacation requiring a flight. The staff, room and breakfast is fantastic. We also take a dip in the pool and hot tub a great way to kick off a fun vacation. We have done this at Best Western for over 7 years now. We will not stay anywhere else.

    2
« Make sure to stay on the second floor »

This hotel is old, but clean. We were on the first floor and heard every step the people above us make. A call to the front desk at 11:30pm yielded no results. They did give us additional points when we checked out.

    5
« Great location and value near Seattle Airport »

Excellent location and value. Needed to stay near the airport since we had a very early flight. Huge plus is full breakfast starts at 6AM and they have a FREE shuttle service to the airport that runs 24 hours. Very nice staff.

    4
« Convinient Hotel for park and go »

We stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast is good. The hotel is old and room is ok. They offer free shuttle for airport and train station. You can also park here and take shuttle to airport. Our room is in front of busy traffic road. We had window and patio door closed all the time. The small patio is useless. There are pool, hot tub and Ping Pong. The laundry in basement is expensive.

    4
    « Pre cruise/post cruise »

We stayed one day pre and one day post cruise. Hotel was clean, room was nice and staff very good. Used the airport shuttle both ways and it was very nice and on time. Only down fall was the choice of food. They had a café with limited food, but what we had was very good. There is nothing with in close walking distance. There is a Safeway grocery up the hill a good ways.

« Pleasant Staff, Close to Airport, Comfortable Rooms »

We were fairly pleased with this airport hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The check in was a bit slow with only one person at the desk (at midnight, so it is understandable) who had to do check-ins and answer phone calls. There were about 5 rooms checking in from late flights. Pick up at the airport was slow and the BW bus not easy to spot since it has another name painted on the bus. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

« Excellent location, Amenitiies, Clean Facility, Very Helpful Staff »

Really like this place, there were no issues at all. Looking for a place to stay, my recommendation is Best Western on 20717 International Blvd, Seattle, WA. It was very easy getting in and out of the facility. It is the last hotel on International Blvd heading South. Very clean, quiet atmosphere with gym, pool, table tennis and other games table. The facility is just a few miles from SeaTac Airport. The Aeropark Shuttle (complimentary shuttle service provided by Best Western) picked us up from the Shuttle parking area of the airport. Everyone was pleasant and were very helpful. Received excellent service from the front desk staff and housekeeping. Hotel has shuttle service to from SeaTac airport - Also service from the hotel to Link Light Rail. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs while at the facility. Full breakfast bar daily between 6 and 9:30 am, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, french toast, bagels, juice, etc.

« Solid pre cruise stay near the airport »

Stayed here 1 night precruise. Easy pickup, although the can pickup area at the airport can be tricky, follow the signs! Also, van will be clearly marked as a parking area, with smaller hotel markings, so be aware. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was fine. good bed, clean bathroom. Basic breakfast, but a good mix of hot and cold items. Only sniggle was with the hotel arranged van service to the pier. Each clerk had a different answer (couldn't tind the reservation, found it, couldnt find it, time changed, etc.) Van finally arrived 30-45 minutes late (bad traffic at pier) and they ended up combining 2 groups into a single van. Fine stay for the need at hand.

« Close to SEA TAC, great place to stay! »

We choose to stay here every time we fly in and out of SeaTac from Hawaii. It is convenient, clean, and the staff is very kind and courteous. At times my flight lands at 11pm and I like that the shuttle is still running at that time. We recommend this hotel to friends and family who travel through SeaTac as they are our preferred choice hotel.

    5
« Best Best Western we have ever stayed in. »

We would recommend this hotel. The employees are pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all very nice. They not only make sure all your needs are taken care of but make sure your transportation needs are met, meals are met and your comfort at the hotel.

    3
    « Ball Game »

We stayed here to go to a game, have dinner and access to the train. The hotel overall is good. Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean hotel... The jets from Seatac are alive until midnight and fervently start again around 4:45am. The hotel shuttle service to the train was great for us. There are many good restaurants in the area. We did 13 coins......it was good..

« Great Hotel Near SeaTac Airport »

I love the service and value of all Best Western hotels (especially since so many of them welcome pets) but this is a particularly great location if your travel involves SeaTac Airport. They have a Park and Fly rate where you can leave your car in their lot and take a free shuttle to and from the airport (less than 10 minutes). If your flight is crazy early and you have to hand off responsibilities to a house or pet sitter, it is completely worth it to stay here the night before rather than try to handle everything the morning of your flight. Free WiFi, free breakfast, and you don't have to fight morning rush hour and look for airport parking.

    4
    « Pleasant stay »

The hotel is clean but its a bit dated. Breakfast is good and so is wifi connection. There are free shuttle services to airport, light rail seatac which can take u to downtown seattle and southcentre mall

    4
    « Cheap and Cheerful »

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay that offers you breakfast included then I would recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and a comfy bed! The only thing I could really fault would be the horrible stippled ceiling and the hideous curtain but if you can look past that it's great. They have an indoor spa and pool. Washing facilities and it's right next to the train that takes you to the city center.

    3
« Ok hotel great breakfast »

Nothing remarkable about the hotel but the complimentary breakfast was excellent and also the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When I reserved I especifically requested a room far from elevator and not in the first floor and they gave us a room in the first floor in from of the elevator even when the hotel I noticed it was half empty. We did not request a change of room because it was late and very tired from a long flight. It was only for a night and we had to wake up very early the next morning so we stayed in that room but we were very disappointed.

« Thanks BW for being coming thru in a bind! »

When we landed at the Seattle airport, or connecting flight had been cancelled. We had to get a room for overnight on an emergency basis. Best Western came thru! The shuttle picked us up and transported us to the motel quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and spotless. We had to use the laundry area and we were relieved when the machines worked efficiently (I had been afraid the dryer would overheat our clothes). Since we had no rental vehicle, we had to eat meals at the motel and were surprised when the food was excellent! We would definitely stay again! Thank you BW for coming thru in a bind!

    « Fabulous hotel »

Used Air Miles and Best Western Points - best 2 nights of our 7 day vacation as we made our way across the country. The distance into Seattle was made even easier at the recommendation of the manager to use the LINK train, and leave our car behind. Best decision we made all week!!

    5
    « Excellent sleep/park-and-fly option »

We had a 6AM flight out of Sea-Tac, so we stayed at the BW to get to the airport on time. The shuttle is available 24-7 and was easy to utilize both in going and returning from the airport. Our room was quiet and clean....and the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful both at check-in and check-out. We have no complaints about the stay and would return again if we require an early flight.

    5
    « Great Staff »

I inadvertently booked the wrong date for our stay, so upon arrival we discovered my mistake. The receptionist did all she could to help out with us not having to pay for another nights accommodation. Though we still had to pay once more, she was able to get us a reduced rate and was very empathetic.

« Clean Hotel near Seattle Airport »

Great shuttle to return rental car and also to use to go to airport. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Noise on street side was a little noisy but you are near the airport. Didn't hear planes but did hear traffic.

    3
    « Average »

Classical property for overnight stay around aiirport. Rooms are average, in line with medium-target offer around US. Complimentary shuttle service to/from airport is available. Breakfast is complimentary and it's just normale. Nothing to complain or to write about. If you're on a budget, this could be a choice. Just not keep your expectation too high.

    4
« Very nice, basic breakfast »

This place was clean, quiet and basic. Nothing extraordinary. I did have to wait 30 min at the airport after calling for a courtesy van. A little annoying at 0100. The breakfast was very basic. Good oatmeal, coffee had already run out before the breakfast hours were up. That was also a little annoying. Seemed expensive for what you get, but it was safe and close to the airport. LBut on the good side the night staff was great.

    « Affordable SEA-TAC Hotel Free Shuttle/Free Hot Breakfast/Free WiFi »

I was a bit concerned over the mixed reviews but found a room for $170- more than I wanted to spend at an Airport Hotel but everything was around that price and I wanted a free shuttle and free internet so I decided to give it a try. Many people checking in had been bumped from a flight and that may influence their reviews-- I took the time to write because I read reviews and almost didn't book this Best Western because I was worried about this hotel. The room was spotless with new towels/bedding/carpet/complimentary water bottles in the fridge. There were plenty of towels and yes a sign for payment to prevent stealing but The Fairmont Hotel also had a sign stating that missing bathrobes would be charged $125. We weren't expecting anything beyond the basics but the check in staff was kind and efficient- they helped me determine what time we needed to get to the airport the next morning and booked the shuttle for us-- they even offered us a wake up call. The hotel is very close to the airport and car rental return- about 3 miles but the travel time depends on traffic and construction. We had a 7AM Flight so we checked in the night before and returned the rental van to avoid the early morning rental car return chaos and save the $80 rental fee. The airport shuttle comes to SEATAC every few minutes so it saved me so much time in the morning. You can also leave your car there for $10 a day if you live in the area. The hotel lobby was well lit with guests playing cards, complimentary tea/coffees and pre made sandwiches were available for purchase. We sat watching the Olympics on one of the 2 Big Screens (the 3rd screen listed all the flight departures). They have hot food for purchase served until 10PM. Our server Nady was delightful- the food was very fast and we can recommend the Burger, Chicken Ceasar, Turkey Club/Fries all under $9 each and the beers were $4 -- this was way less than half the cost of every other meal we had in Seattle/Vancouver-- which doesn't always happen when you are staying at an airport hotel. Dinner was a Bargain!! The complimentary Breakfast begins at 5 AM and is a full hot breakfast- scrambled eggs, bacon, french toast, fresh fruit, toast, jams, bagels, English Muffins, a hot pot of oatmeal with fruit, raisins and toppings, Danish, yogurt, tea, coffee-- a perfect start for a long travel day with kids. As we boarded the shuttle the driver helped with all the luggage and I grabbed the free USA Today. Although there isn't anything in the area I felt very safe walking at all hours- but I work in DC! There is an I-Hop a block away and the Mexican Restaurant/7-11 was 4 blocks). We didn't use the Light Rail into Seattle because we had stayed there but it is one block away and the shuttle will also drop you there if you don't want to walk. I was pleasantly surprised by this little Gem- it's a basic hotel-very clean with all the extras that I was so tired of paying for with the luxury chains at double the rate- Daily Wireless Internet charges, Bottled Water Charges, Newspapers, not to mention $18 Burgers and $4.50 Bagels. The Best Western is Great for families- nice indoor pool to wear the kids out and a work out room. I didn't use the business center but checked it out and the printers/computers looked great. If you don't like your room just tell the front desk- most will switch you if they can. And I try to remember sometimes the really great last minute rates are because the room hasn't been renovated but the more expensive ones have-- call any hotel directly and they usually match the rate and can guarantee that if you need 2 Queens you won't get the inside room with one double. The Seattle/Vancouver/Whistler/Victoria Area is stunning and the people are the nicest in the world!

« Clean hotel with Friendly staff and OUTSTANDING customer service »

Hotel was clean and quiet so based on that I gave it 3 stars. Customer service was OUTSTANDING and rates 5 stars. The volume on the TV in our room would only go up to "20" and my wife and I had trouble hearing it. When I casually mentioned it to the desk clerk she said we'll look into it. Since it wasn't really a big deal (we were only staying the night for an early flight) I assumed that would be that last we heard about it. 10 minutes later the other desk clerk showed up to see if he could fix it. When that didn't work he came back 10 minutes later with a brand new TV that was larger than the current one. He had a problem getting it assembled so he called the hotel manager. After is was finally hooked up, we could only get 1 channel. The 3 of us tried for 20 minutes using all the options on the set to get more than 1 channel. The manager then went to call the engineer who was home. Unable to reach him, he apologized and said that he would give us a 1 bedroom suite with 2 TV's if we wanted. Since we were already settled in, and we had an early flight the next morning we declined. He then went to a different room and brought back another TV which worked. As he was leaving he apologized again for the inconvenience. That's customer service!

« Family outing made enjoyable & relaxing while at BW »

Our family (which included two kids age 10 & 14) visited Seattle and stayed at the Best Western. We were impressed by all their staff from the Reception Desk to the housekeeping & breakfast staff as they were very friendly, courteous & helpful. The facilities & premises were very clean and we also enjoyed the amenities which incl. a games room, swimming pool & fitness room... and of course their enjoyable Deluxe Breakfast. Without hesitation, I would stay there again!

What a surprise to find a pleasent staff, full breakfast and great amenities a 10 minute shuttle drive from the airport.. The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful and price was well within our budget. Shuttle service was good, but needed reminders of time and number of passengers.

    « surprise bonus »

We booked one night before flying home early the next morning. What a wonderful surprise at check-in to be given a new family suite "barely stayed in". The suite had a nice living room with comfortable seating, a full-size kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, the king bedroom and bath. The couch turned into a sofa bed, plus a Murphy bed on a wall in the kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked with spotless china, utensils, glassware, pots and pans. Every wall surface and piece of furniture looked spanking new. It was our last night after a great week in Seattle and Portland. What a pleasure to have this unexpected comfort and luxury on our last night. And the price was the same as a standard double room. Oh yes, terrific buffet hot and cold free breakfast. Yippee for all of it!

    « Seattle Vacation »

The service was excellent. The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice. All around a great experience. We were able to use their shuttle to get to the lightrail which was very cost effective. One of my best experiences at a hotel.

« Good Enough for One Night Stay »

I stayed one night at the hotel before our cruise trip. It's nice to have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel so I don't need to rent a car just for one day. The room is spacious, but you can tell that the hotel is outdated. It's an OK stay, but with the price that I paid, I probably would try another hotel in the area.

« Nice Hotel With Friendly Staff! »

Stayed there for two nights prior to our Alaskan cruise. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport and light rail. The breakfast was good, a typical buffet. Our room was very clean and attractively decorated.

    « Weekend away »

We have stayed at this hotel several times . We always come back. The staff was very professional and friendly. They helped us find places to eat and helped us find a taxi when we went to the baseball game. The room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

    « Great Stay »

The rooms are good size and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was fast 2 out of 3 days stay. The breakfasts had a large selection and was great food. I would recommend. The exercise room was adequate and the indoor pool and jacuzzi was just what we needed after a full day in Seattle seeing the sights.

I've stayed here before and found the hotel to be very comfortable, the staff professional and helpful, and it's location close to where I was working. « Convenient to airport and local transportation! »

I flew in a few days early for a cruise, and it was far too expensive for me to stay at a hotel in Seattle. The Best Western at SeaTac was super convenient -- free shuttle to/from the airport and the light rail (to Seattle), and right on International Drive to access the public bus. Note of recommendation: call the front desk when you leave the baggage claim so that you don't need to wait too long for the shuttle. Parts of the hotel are currently being refurbished, but it really was not noticeable from the room. Laundry machines were super appreciative!

« Best Western SEATAC stay »

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary hot breakfast was great! The guest room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi worked very well. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table! This hotel is great for families or business travelers.

    « great value »

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have NEVER been disappointed. Location is great with a free shuttle to the airport and the LINK train into the city. The staff was courteous and helpful. Free hot breakfast and a light dinner fare was nice. The pool and small fitness room were good for some down time. There also was a game room and an assortment of board games.

    « Nice little older hotel/motel »

This is an older hotel but close to airport and a train station. Has free transportation from airport and to nearest train station. The elevators are quite far from the lobby. They have a good breakfast buffet. The restaurant offers a small dinner menu and the food was outstanding and the prices were good! The restaurant wasn't open for lunch and nothing really close by for walking. Was with my 80+ year old mother so she had to have a granola bar she brought for lunch when I took the train into Seattle. They told us they were working on having something to offer for lunch so you might need to check if you don't want to get out. We had a room with a balcony. But don't pay the extra money, you overlook the parking lot and it isn't big enough for chairs! Would stay again since it was simple and clean. Everyone at the front desk was super great!

    « Very nice stay! »

We stayed 3 nights-very nice. We'd definitely stay here again. Hotel shuttle (free) takes you to the Link (tram) which is amazing way to travel into city to visit Pike Place Market, Space Needle, etc. The room was very clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable for everyone. The bathroom was clean, nice counter space, great shower. Only suggestion would be towel racks - want to use towels more than one time but no where to hang them to dry out. Housekeeping does very nice job, the restaurant offers wonderful breakfast buffet and we really liked the salads they prepared at dinner time - very good! The pool, hot tub and exercise room were a real plus for our group! Those who drive the shuttle are very friendly and their knowledge of area is so helpful. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure talking to them. We'd definitely recommend to others! Thank you B.W. - good job (s)!

    « Seattle 2016 »

My 16 year old son and I stayed here for our 5 night trip to Seattle. Lobby area was welcoming and clean. Cafe and gathering area was recently remodeled. Very nice. Each morning was a continental breakfast with the usual fare. Our room was remodeled also and was very comfortable and nice home away from home. We also utilized the shuttle to get us to and from the airport and the Link light rail as we didn't rent a car except for one day. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seattle.

« Near airport, but on very noisy highway. Curtains dont close. »

If you need a hotel near the airport, this is for you. If you want a quiet night's sleep, this isnt the place for you. Its a basic hotel, with a TV with cable and local channels, hairdryer shower-in-bath and a desk. The hotel is on a busy highway and the hiss of the trucks going by will keep you up. The curtains don't close either, so the bright lights of the street will shine in all night. There are lots of snack and soda machines. The breakfast is very basic, with french toast, serials, scrambled eggs, doughnuts, sliced fruit, toast, beef patties, juices, coffee/tea -- all enough to get you going.

« Great Customer Service Great Place to Stay »

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Airport Hotel. We contacted the Hotel for a Shuttle and were met within 10 minutes. The driver was very informative. I made my reservation back in Jan/Feb I talked with a young woman named Khit and she was more than helpful and you could hear the SMILE in her voice. We stayed one day prior and one day after our Alaskan Cruise, we couldn't have found a nicer Hotel. The staff is very professional, courteous and goes out of their way to be helpful. Khit was there to check us in and out on both our night stays. In fact after the cruise we arrived back at the hotel much earlier than check-in. She ask us to go to the dining room and help ourselves to breakfast, and she would get a room ready. By the time we finished breakfast, coffee, and read the morning paper she had our room completely ready this was by 9:00am. Khit also directed us on how to use the Hotel shuttle to get to the local metro train which took us into Seattle where we spent a wonderful day seeing the Space Needle, Chihuly Exhibit, a ride on the giant ferris wheel, a visit to the Fish Market and a wonderful lunch at the Crab Pot. This is an example of excellent customer service. This Hotel is a bright star in the BW franchise. Thank you to the entire staff.

    « Surprisingly good »

I tend to not expect too much these days when it comes to staying at hotels, especially when I was trying to shop for a cheaper rate to stay the night prior to flying out the next day. But this place exceeded my expectations. I may have talked to the same front desk attendant, David, who booked my reservation on the phone, but he also helped me print out a reservation ticket for parking at the aero parking lot. I was having problems with the aero parking attendant on the phone about a reservation I made on accident and she was nothing but difficult. David, at Best Western's front desk happily print out the ticket and sent me on my way. The food was surprisingly good at their in house cafe. The chicken tenders are juicy and my toddler son loved them, along with the big glass of apple juice they served him. The server was great too! I can't say enough about the the staff. They all deserve raises. I'll definitely come back again if I'm in the area. 8.10.16

    « A good nights rest »

We arrived for a early flight out of SeaTac. We had a room on the first floor looking over the courtyard. The room was quiet and the queen was comfortable. The shower was good and hot and had great water pressure. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine from their snack area- in our room. Breakfast was served at 0500 so we were able to eat before we left for our early flight. Overall we would stay at this hotel again. I will add and it was reported to the front desk, ice bucket had brown smelly residual fluid in it with no bag available and the lamp shades/lamp in much need to dusting.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, clean and excellent customer service. Khit a girl at the front desk is very courteous and helpful, always with a smile in her face. The room (king deluxe) very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet, awesome! home made, plenty and variety to choose from. We had an awesome time in this hotel

    « It's an ok hotel »

This is a solid mid range hotel. Indoor swimming pool. There was construction going on while I was there. If you're there on business it might be ok - you'll have to drive to get something decent to eat, but there are some decent options nearby (Wally's for clam chowder!). The rooms feel a bit old, as does the rest of the hotel.

    « Complicated check-in handled with ease! »

This is a hotel that undoubtedly gets a lot of night-before-leaving guests, and I was one of those untll... In mid-July we took a road trip from San Francisco to Seattle, planning to spend our last night at what was at the time the Best Western Airport Executel. Somewhere into the trip we decided to keep it simple and spend three nights instead of one near the airport. What a wise decision that was! Tom Rowe at the front desk was terrific, sorting out two different reservations under two different names for different dates, one with airline miles and the other with a regular credit card. He took care of everything in a snap and we were able to stay in one room the entire time without a worry or hassle. Tom's a keeper! The full breakfast was just that: a full breakfast with fresh fruit, and room service with sufficient staff to make everything run smoothly. Getting into downtown Seattle and back was a breeze on back highways or the Interstate. The small adjacent towns had sweet little restaurants, especially one in Kent called The Whiskey Bar. Best of all we were able to turn our rental car in the night before our flight (not an easy task!) and just take the shuttle to the airport the morning of our flight without a hitch. I'd stay at this hotel again with or without the name change. Excellent service, logistical ease. Oh, and then we left an item in the room which the housekeeping staff found and mailed to us in Hawaii!! Let's hear it for the Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. And thanks, Tom Rowe!

Every time we go out of town, we look for Best Western. BW is by far our favorite hotel! With cheerful and helpful check-in attendants and clean hotels, we will look for another! We are looking forward to a restful sleep, after traveling and visiting places, and/or visiting with family. Thank you Best Western - we will look no further for another place to stay!

    « Layover after cruise »

Needed a comfortable place to stay after our cruise to Alaska. Best Western was a great choice. Our stay was outstanding. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. The newly renovated room was well appointed, pleasant, spacious, clean and suited us perfectly. The shuttle service made it easy for us to connect with the Link (public light rail) and access to downtown Seattle; and made it simple to get to our flight the next morning. Complimentary continental breakfast was done well too; well stocked and plenty of coffee. Although we were overall disappointed in Seattle, our stay at the Best Western- Seatac was perfect.

« Convenient, yet nothing over the top »

A few miles from Sea-Tac, this hotel is OK. Clean, nice staff and comfortable beds. Pillows were crummy, loud hallways and heavy footsteps in the room above. Nice toiletries. We had to inconvenience the front desk clerk who was more interested in a personal phone call than guest accommodation. $225.00 for the evening. Convenience gets expensive. Breakfast was less than average.

    4
« Not the newest Hotel or the cheapest. »

So this hotel is dated, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were fine, and the pool was refreshing. It was fairly expensive for all that, but it was near the airport which give it a premium price I guess. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport if you need it.

    5
    « trip to seattle »

I would definitely stay here again when I stay in Seattle, comfy bed, comfy room, good nights sleep before getting to Sea-Tac at 6 am in the morning. Plus they have a airport complimentary shuttle. Wish I could have stayed an extra night or two.

    2
    « Pretty Noisy »

I don't have a problem with jet noise. And there is plenty of it being adjacent to the departure end of SEATAC, but that's not what bothered me at all. It was all the families coming and going constantly through the night to early morning. The parents yelling at their kids could easily be heard along with the never ending slamming of doors. I didn't get much sleep. The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. But, I don't think they should allow unattended kids in the pool area.

    5
    « Awesome Staff! »

Hotel had everything I was looking for. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was really good. However, the staff made this place great. Khit and David went out of there way to accommodate me and help me to make the most of my visit. I will visit again because of them!

    « Day Before Cruise »

Stayed at this hotel the day before a cruise to Alaska. Met all our needs. Great shuttle service to the airport and light rail station for a visit to downtown Seattle. Had a great buffet breakfast, good food and drink.

    « Stop Over »

We stayed here in between our flights from YVR to OGG and enjoyed the pleasant staff and service we received during our stay. Easy check-in and check-out. The Shuttle driver we had coming to Hotel was not pleasant at all, however, the driver we had in the morning going back to the airport was more than wonderful. We just wish that BW would run their own Shuttle service again. Would we stay here again?...yes! We look forward to our next visit.

    4
    « Extremely Convenient »

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful every time I have stayed here. The rooms are comfortable and there is a hearty breakfast every day. The hotel offers convenient shuttles to and from the airport with easy connections to trains into the heart of Seattle. I can avoid renting a car and don't have to deal with traffic or parking. This is my regular choice when staying in Seattle for business or pleasure.

« Best Western Seattle Executel »

Newly renovated but cut corners on the toilets. Still working out the electronic bugs (e.g., room doors and fire suppression closing doors). Great breakfast starting at 5:30am. The complimentary umbrellas came in handy when it started raining.

« Great place to stay! »

Catching flights/returning from flights - a great starting point/returning point. Friendly staff, clean rooms, airport noise not detectable, nice restaurant, fabulous breakfasts --- did I mention friendly staff? Will stay there each and every time I leave from/return to SeaTac. Definitely a "keeper".

« Best hotel help ever »

The man at the desk on 7/13 when I checked in at about 6 was unusally helpful and accomodating. I had trouble using the vending machine and he helped me with that and several other issues--wish I could remember what they were. The room was completely adaquate, clean and quiet

    « Great place! »

Would definitely stay there again!!! Speedy check in, wonderful service, clean room, perfect environment for family and friends. Delicious breakfast too.Tom att the front desk got us in our room in a timely manner and treated us very well! Other hotels close don't have the same value as this one! No problems at all and happy to stay there.

    « Awesome Customer Service!! »

This was a quick overnight trip to Seattle to see a concert. At Check In the gentleman asked about our the reason for our visit and we told him. He offered excellent advice to use their free shuttle to the light rail station and then take the light rail to the stadium. (Huge help! Plus savings on Parking) Then after the concert shuttle picked up and returned us to our hotel and we had a great night, in a clean, comfortable room. Then in the morning we had a yummy breakfast before we left town.

    « Within Budget »

We need a place to stay overnight to catch our flight early the next morning. I was able to use my points to stay here and pay only $10 for our stay. We ate dinner at the restaurant and had a good meal for there under $30 with beer. The salads were huge portions. The room was decent and safe stay for the money. The staff was very welcoming and when we left at 6am, they sent us to the airport with a quick brown bag with some snacks.

« Excellent value for money and nice touches... »

Excellent value for money. Doesn't look that much but overall very good. Positives: offers an evening meal, not a massive selection but nice food at s good price. Complimentary bottles of water. Good wifi. Negatives: only one, it's a bit noisy due to proximity to the flight line, but to be honest it didn't really both me. If you're a light sleeper it might.

    4
« Nice place to stay »

We had a few concerns at the beginning of our trip. We stayed before and after our trip to Alaska. The manager on duty addressed our concerns right away and addressed our needs from the outset. The only issue was that the restaurant really wasn't a restaurant. I believe it would help them to be able to have a restaurant close by though they do offer to take you to any place you'd like including the light rail station to go into the city.

« Very good with the exception of no wake up call.. otherwise I would say excellent! »

Arrived late to hotel (around 1:00 am) requested wake up call at 4 am in order to take shuttle to airport. Confirmed that the wake up call had been placed. My cell phone didn't go off (had it on silence from the event the night before) and I didn't receive a wake up call. I woke up at 6:07 on shuttle by 6:17and arrived at airport at 6:28 and made plane that departed at 6:55 ... Overall shuttle and management was very responsiveness !! the driver was fantastic (and so was the staff) just wish I would have received the wake up call . Would recommend staying at hotel. Staff very good and shuttle service excellent!

« Unfriendly and disinterested front desk; noisy »

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Good things first: room is clean and breakfast is good with a lot of selections. Now the bad stuff: we were given a room on the ground floor, where all the hotel facilities are located. So it was very noisy. We could hear the music from the speaker in the hallway in the middle of the night. Don't understand why can't they turn down the volume at night. Front desk staff were unfriendly and disinterested. Upon arrival, we found out the sink was clogged with extremely slow drainage. I called the front desk and was told the maintenance already left and had to wait until morning. No maintenance came by the time we left the hotel at around 10:30 the next morning, so I had to make another request at the front desk. (To be fair, the sink was fixed when we came back that night.) We had an early morning flight to catch on the check out date. When booking the airport shuttle the prior night, we were told by the front desk that Breakfast to Go would be ready for grab before we leave. At check out, the front desk did not start to pack until we asked for the breakfast bag. At check out, we met one of the front desk staff on the hallway beside the front desk, who did not even greet us. In all the encounters with the front desk, they never smile. Overall, I would not stay again at this hotel.

    « So so... »

Room was fairly clean, some cob webs, musty bed spreads and dirty bathroom floor. Not very quiet. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping etc near by. For the price I was neither pleased or displeased.

    « Clean, comfortable, convenient »

Great pool and jacuzzi with nice rec room. Simple food service all night and very good breakfast (scrambled eggs and bacon). Staff was friendly and helpful and the airport shuttle was so convenient! Simple, no frills, but everything to make my stay very comfortable. Ride into Seattle to see the sights was easy. Found a great neighborhood restaurant, Scotch and Vine.

    « Great stay! »

Nice, super clean room. I was only in it for about 12 hours, flew in night before a cruise. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Free friendly shuttle from airport. Front desk arranged for transportation to cruise ship. Was only $15 & was a town car. I was the only passenger too!

« Best Western works well again »

Stayed here after a flight, was pleased with the check in experience, got a perfect room for us. As usual, the room was clean, not very large, but well appointed. The beds were quite comfortable, and the appliances were all working well. Checked out the breakfast in the morning, didn't find much that was very appetizing, but the orange juice was quite good. It's very close to SeaTac, and if you're looking for a comfortable overnight stay, you won't go wrong here.

    3
    « BW SeaTac WA »

I would rate this BW at a little better than average but not quite Very Good. Close proximity to the airport was convenient, about a 10 minute shuttle to the gates. Our stay was a short one, a quick over-nighter prior to a flight out the following morning so we didn't get a chance to check out all the amenities. Staff was friendly, efficient and professional, building was a little dated and the room was a little small but it was clean and well maintained. Under similar circumstances we would probably stay again.

    5
    « EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE »

Overall experience was excellent, slept very well, good food, wonderful personnel. Neighborhood appeared "rough" but we experienced no problems on or off of the property. Swimming pool and exercise area were great. Great clientele also.

« Great Connect To Sea Tac Airport »

The staff of this facility are a great working team and eager to please. Questions and issues are responded to immediately with undivided attention. We stayed here to connect with a flight out of Sea Tac airport the next day and found the shuttle service (free) very effective and efficient, running every 15 minutes. Breakfast (free) is scheduled earlier than most hotels at 5:30, a plus for early flights out.

    3
    « Unhappy again »

Used the park and pay plan which allowed us to leave the car while on vacation. I've used this motel before but this is probable the last time. Overtime we go there, there are changes and things do not seem to improve. We had a room the was recently remodeled. The sheets had black specks all over and the cover sheet had some stains. We called the front and I was told by the male front counter person room cleaning staff had left. He could move us (possible into a dirty room or clean) or give us new sheets. We were already unpacked so elected for sheets. Wrong size provided. Two females arrived and one was room cleaning the other from front desk. Both apologetic and changed the sheets. These two were the best part of our trip. Breakfast not much better, not much choices.

« Customer service and fun »

This is a decent hotel near the airport that is made into an amazing hotel at the airport by the staff. We were greeted by very friendly, competent desk staff who welcomed us in early before our scheduled check in time, helped us with rental car return info, got us a quiet room where we could spread out, didn't flinch when we said we were leaving at 4 am, and offered us to-go breakfast and much needed duct tape for our cooler and they had free ping pong, shuffle board, Foosball, and board games for our family to enjoy which were perfect to let off a little energy for our kids. All with a free shuttle to the airport that was prompt and efficient. This place is terrific, especially if you have kids and especially if you are heading to the airport.

« Convenient to airport, plus shuttle to light rail which goes downtown. »

Nice hotel, room was clean & comfortable - not large, but adequate. Relatively soundproof, comfortable bed. In addition to the free airport shuttle, the hotel offers free shuttle service to the light rail station at the airport for those guests who want to go into downtown Seattle, which we did. Very friendly & helpful staff.

    « Wonderful Visit »

We were attending a graduation, and since we are from out of the area we needed a place to stay. From the first moment we checked in everything was great. The hotel desk clerk was very courteous and efficient. He told us about the resteraunt that was attached to the lobby so we could get some dinner. Although the menu was not that large, it suited our needs after several hours on the highway. We ordered fish and chips, and they were very good. We checked into our room and were surprised to find 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the towels were quite thick. The pillows were very soft and the bed was plush. The next day we were given directions to IHOP for breakfast and pleased to find that it was nearby. This was a very enjoyable stay and we will be sure to look for a Best Western in future traveling.

Stayed here after a cross country flight pre-cruise. The shuttle was convenient and arrived quickly at the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money.

    « Nice Hotel »

We came to Seattle to visit all things airplane. So thought staying near the airport would fit right in with the theme. Being near the airport generally means a more urban/noisy location than we typically prefer, but this hotel was perfect for a couple nights. And once inside the hotel, it was well maintained, clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. And complimentary shuttle helped us get around without using our car. We had a great time in Seattle and enjoyed our stay at this Best Western.

    5
    « Excellent service »

We had made our reservation several months in advance. When I was checking our reservation closer to our cruise departure, the price had dropped. I called the hotel to see if we could get the lower price and they were happy to accommodate our request.

    3
« Okay hotel, awful shuttle »

We have used this hotel twice, and decided not to use it again. The hotel is alright for the price, but the shuttle service to and from the airport is terrible. They left our luggage on the curb at the airport making us spend a couple hours with a screaming baby searching for our belongings, they are all over the road when driving, and take very long to respond to a pickup call (we waiting 45+ minutes at the airport both times).

    5
« Very pleased with property »

We stayed pre/post cruise & found this an excellent value for our money. Room was good and we liked the free full breakfast and the fact that they had a restaurant open for dinner (Mon thru Sat) was a big plus. Employees get high marks! Pre-cruise they made notes about what we required so they were ready for us when we came back. I found that remarkable! Were able to use community area to play cards in p.m. It's a great value for the $ & close to the airport. Negative is that it's far to the cruise terminal..a $60+ cab ride. Would definitely stay there again.

    2
    « Average stay »

We stayed here before flying out of Sea TAC. We wanted a park and fly hotel. The room was dark and dingy. The fire alarm was hanging from ceiling. There was mold in the bathroom. I would not stay there again.

« Decent Night Stay Near Airport »

We stayed here for one night before we embarked on our cruise. The shuttle from the airport was convenient, the hotel was very accommodating as we arrived quite early so we could take in some sights of Seattle. The shuttle also took as to the light rail station. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was more then adequate. There was a nice gathering area with a ping pong table, shuffle board and a couple of tables that we made use of while visiting with family. The front desk was very friendly and helpful The only thing that seemed a bit unusual is they seemed to be doing quite a bit of remodeling. We would stay again on another visit to Seattle.

    5
    « Very nice hotel »

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant in the evening for convenience. One meal was fine. The main course salad was made from packaged lettuce and a lot of the lettuce was not green. The rest of the salad was fine, but lettuce is the heart of the salad. When I complained, the waitress took the salad off the bill-exactly the correct response. The hotel was very convenient for flying out the next morning. We were able to go half a mile to a grocery store to buy food for the flight, also very convenient.

    « Decent night stay »

We stayed one night before embarkation day of our cruise. It's close to the airport and had a free shuttle transfer from the airport to the hotel. The exterior was nicely landscaped and the interior was clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Good enough for one brief night stay.

Great hotel, newly renovated, close to the airport with all the bells and whistles without the cost. This is a good hotel for a night or a week. Far enough to be away from the noise but close enough to be convenient.

« Good Place to Stay »

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed here the night before a flight and found it both comfortable and convenient. They have a small restaurant on premises and our food was good. The room was comfortable and recently remodelled. They served a very nice breakfast with a good selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

    « Best Hotel! »

We stayed 2 times at this Best Western on a driving trip from Nebraska to Orcas Island for a destination wedding. The hotel was handy from downtown Seattle as well as the airport. Rooms were super nice! Bedding and pillows perfect. Love the bar on site with restaurant and omelettes made to order! Staff very accommodating and friendly. Cynthia

    « Good job, David. »

Comfortable hotel with excellent service. Airport pickup was easy and prompt. The front desk service was exceptionally good. The transfer to the cruise ship terminal worked out very well. This is a good location if you are leaving from Seattle on a cruise. Good job, David. Thank you very much. We'll be back!!

    « Airport Friendly »

My friend and I stayed here for one night. We found the room clean, the complimentary water was nice, and the shower was huge. The bed was ultra comfortable, and when I travel, I usually bring my own pillows because the hotel either has to few or they just aren't comfy. Not so with these pillows. Each bed had 4 pillows. Plenty to make me a happy camper. The hotel is located in an industrial neighborhood, and did look a bit sketchy. So I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark. However, I felt completely safe in the hotel. The shuttle to the Airport was non stop and scheduling a pick up was relatively easy. Did not have their dinner but the breakfast was pretty decent. A bit disappointed that there was no microwave in the rooms so if you wanted to heat something up you had to walk down the hallway to another room.

    « Handy to airport »

Good hotel offering a basic choice of evening meals in a new, clean cafeteria style dining area, which also served a basic but ample breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms clean and roomy with comfortable queen bed, t.v., wi-fi etc. In short, it was up to Best Western's usual quality for a reasonable tarrif.

« On my way home to Texas. »

The hotel was about average. Nothing stands out either good or bad. They sold a simple dinner menu. I had fish and chips, salad and white wine. I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and crisp the salad was and the fish & fries too. Only stayed the one night.

« Great Place to stay in Seattle »

The staff went out of their way to make our arrival, check in and stay very easy. Our beds were comfortable, the rooms were large and well designed. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub and the breakfast on premises. This would be a great place to stay the next time we visit Seattle as the light rail is very close and would give easy, inexpensive access to most of Seattle.

Outstanding staff: Tom, Kitt and Lena. Delicious breakfast. Warm clean pool. The place to sleep and stay. My wife is writing this review as it was her trip. She was relegated to this property by Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines made a grand choice.

    « Nice hotel »

We stayed here one night before our flight out of Seattle. Front desk staff was nice, room was spacious, bathroom was big with lots of counter space. No little bottles of shampoo though...they have dispensers in the shower instead. They have a little cafe in the hotel that serves pizzas and salads, but we walked a few blocks down to the IHOP. It's near the airport and is a little noisy. We had a 1st floor room and there was also some hallway and parking lot noise. Gameroom in the downstairs area near the pool. That was a nice touch as there's not really anything nice to do in walking distance and we needed to occupy the kids for an hour or two. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, a great selection of yogurt, fresh fruit (grapes, melon, pineapple, bananas, apples, oranges). My only complaint was that they had a dish labeled sausage & bacon, but there was no bacon. When I asked the breakfast attendant if they'd be bringing more out she told me no...that they would only bring more out when the sausage was all gone, that they only have one of them out at a time. Now, my husband was down there earlier and they had both sausage and bacon out at the same time so I'm assuming they just didn't want to make any more bacon. There was still an hour left to breakfast though so they should have put more out. Breakfast is also served from 5:30-9:00 or 9:30 am, I believe. I guess that works for business travelers, but was a little early for our family who wanted to sleep in a bit. Would have rated it higher, but the laziness of the breakfast attendants kept my rating down. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We used this Best Western as an overnight stop over going to and from Alaska. Hotel was very nice and quiet, being that close to the airport. The airport shuttle worked out really well for us. Not much located close to the hotel but for an over night stop it worked out just fine. Will use this Best Western again if the need arises.

    « No restauranat/bar »

The main problem with this hotel is its location. It is near the airport but on a commercial strip. There are no nearby places to eat. The hotel offers pizza and salads in its small dining area, but there is no real restaurant within walking distance. I would not return simply because I prefer a hotel with more services.

    5
    « Post Cruise Stay »

My wife and I stayed here after our Alaska Cruise. We arrived early but the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean. Although the hotel is being renovated we were able to have a light dinner. The breakfast was a typical chain breakfast. Our room was on the first floor so we got to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

« Never on Sunday! If you don't have a car. »

Yes, it has been updated, it is clean, and staff are friendly. Breakfast is very adequate. Kids may enjoy the pool. Gone are the days, however, where their shuttle would drop you off at a nearby restaurant or the light railway taking you into Seattle proper.. On Sundays, you do not have access to their (Limited menu) restaurant. You can order in a bad pizza.

    « Updated and Clean »

Great place to fly out . IT is a good place to stay away from the hub of Seattle and you can still get into town by rail. Very hard to get a cab but across the street is the bus for $2.50 that will take you along the International Blvd to the rail station.

    « One night getaway »

We had a great stay! The kids loved the pool and the game room. There is a sitting area inside or outside the pool. Everything was very nice, nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable.

basic hotel, clean, really not bad breakfast, surprised at the array of many foods, friendly helpful staff, prompt shuttle to airport all hours. very happy for the price. nice fluffy towels, shampoo, soaps, etc in shower seattle a best coffee, real 1/2 & 1/2 in lobby breakfast room. fresh pineapple , yogurt, French toast, sausage, cereal, scrambled eggs.

« Great location good value »

We had one of the newly remodelled rooms. Great shower, room tastefully but simply decorated, aircon a little noisy, some aircraft noise, could do with double or triple glazing. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, oasts, cereals, fruit, toast, scramled egg, sausage, juices, yoghurt. Friendly and quick check in. Regular free shuttle from airport.

« Treat you better than family »

I want to thank the management and staff of the Best Western Executel for going beyond the call of duty to make my 72nd B-Day special. Because I don't have anyone to share my "special days" with, I travel. I traveled by Amtrak nearly 40 hours to arrive late at the hotel not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by Simon who registered me, helped me to my room and made sure I was comfortable. Glen and Fatima gave me suggestions on how to spend the following day (May 5). Fatima helped me register with Lift, so that it cost me less than half the amount I had paid for a cab from downtown Seattle to the hotel. Dave gave me directions to Seattle by rail on May 6th, my B-Day (I observed the hotel staff assist other guest with everything from cabs, where to dine to things to do). After a grueling day taking the train and cabs to and from Seattle, I arrived in my room to find a vase of flowers, a huge cupcake and a B-Day card signed by the staff. It was the best birthday I have had in years. Therefore, I had to give this hotel a "thumbs up." Not only was the room, comfortable, the breakfast good, the pool and grounds clean, but the management and staff are exceptional.

« 4 star accommodations for bargain of a price! »

I spent two nights at this hotel on 28-30 May 2016. I called to make a reservation and the gentlemen I talked to was very courteous and helpful. The check in was very relaxing and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was recently updated and very clean, comfortable and relaxing. My children enjoyed the pool and the game room. It was nice to have a small restaurant on site. I've always loved Best Westerns for their 4 star hospitality at a bargain of a price.

    « Excellent Stay »

The hotel room was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, gave us tips on local businesses, even printed driving directions. Breakfast was very good, hot and fresh. The shuttle was fast and easy, very friendly staff. Overall everyone was friendly, helpful and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting something clean and comfortable with a budget in mind.

    2
    « Disappointing »

The reviews were so praiseworthy but my experience was quite the contrary. The rooms were shabby and dated. The hallways had that 'old' smell coverup. I will say the greeting was kind and the desk clerk as helpful as she could be. All this said, for an EXEC Hotel it needs a major update and overhaul to reach 2016 standards. Travelers deserve better.

« Good hotel for the money »

Nice, clean hotel for the money. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the SeaTac airport, but there is not a lot of traffic noise. The workout facilities are not too good, but overall we had a good experience.

    « Just fine »

We stayed at this hotel of necessity, owing to a flight delay caused by weather at our destination. Given a choice between best western and red roof Inn, we chose best Western, but not terribly happy about either. Nonetheless, the best Western proved to be clean, quiet, and pleasant, and we really can think of no problems with this place. Of course, it's not a luxury joint, but it is not a dump either, and as an airport hotel, it is pretty near ideal. Very pleasant service, rooms clean, and easy access to and from the airport.

« Old motel but kind employees »

When you need people to help with sudden illness, these folks are great. Airport motels aren't glamorous but when the staff is kind, it makes up for the lack of ambiance! Even mailed my forgotten pills back in a timely manner.

    « Great convenient hotel »

Stayed for a weekend of baseball. Room was nice and large. Breakfast was good-good variety. Outside of downtown but the shuttle takes you right to the light rail when you request and the drivers were super friendly. Staff at the hotel were friendly checking in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

« Great service, quality and value »

Hotel has been nicely renovated. Make sure to ask for quite room as it is by a busy street. Service was great as well as the breakfast :) Front desk reception was very helpfull by bringing us wine bottle opener from their closed kitchen and two wine glasses.

    « EXCELLENT STAY »

We were pleasantly surprised how spacious this hotel room was with a king-sized bed and a sofa, chair, and coffee table. They provided complimentary bottled water in the fridge. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. We enjoyed the full breakfast that was tasty and quite delicious. Our stay was extremely enjoyable!

« A Much Better Experience than I had Expected »

I often stay at higher end hotels, so I can be critical of mediocre performance. However, the experience here was excellent. And, to be honest, after being disappointed with some over-rated 4 and 5 star stays recently, I was particularly pleased that this hotel not only exceeded my expectations, but it also exceeded the level of personal service and attention to detail that one might expect from a much higher end facility. That's not to say that in staying here one must prepare for a generic chain hotel experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean, modern, spacious. The free breakfast was served early enough in the morning to enjoy it and still catch an early flight. The eating facility was spacious and not crowded. Bed was comfortable. I have paid three times as much for less quality at other hotels. I usually find something about a hotel stay that I can bring to management's attention for improvement. Not here. They did a very good job. I will qualify by saying that my stay was a brief overnight to catch an early plane. But I could be comfortable in this hotel for a longer stay. It's always nice when a facility exceeds expectations.

« Excellent place to stay for Sea-Tac connect; great breakfast, excellent customer service »

We have stayed here several times en route out of Sea-Tac. Not the fanciest, a bit dated, but breakfast was excellent, staff was awesome. Customer service personable, professional. Oddly, we needed a first aid kit and extra mile help when we accidentally left our car window unrolled. Very impressed with their courtesy and responsiveness. Slept very well. There is a drug store, grocery store and post office not too far away. Not many restaurants; nearest restaurant we found was IHOP. Shuttle ride to Sea-Tac was very good.

    « Great place o stay »

Stayed for the 2nd time within one year. Really positive experience - everything is perfect. Friendly & caring staff, well equipped rooms - good internet connection. Can reccommend this location for travellers to SeaTac... Thumbs up!

« Not the best Best Western at all! »

Very very small rooms, and so easy to get lost in the hotel there are hallways everywhere....not many restaurants around...and being on International Boulevard, it is a very busy road - However the courtesy shuttle to the airport and back was good and on time. Staff were friendly.

    « Great Breakfast! »

We were placed in this hotel because our flight from Kauai got in too late to put us on the last flight to Portland. I have a favorable impression of a Best Western hotel in general and this one did not disappoint. We got in late so we were pleased with a room with plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. The bonus came at breakfast time where the complimentary buffet included several fresh hot offerings along with the usual fruit and drinks. I travel lots and there was nothing missing from THIS breakfast. I understand it is a park and fly hotel and if I lived in the SeaTac area I know this would be my hotel of choice.

« Great park and fly hotel! »

We recently stayed at this hotel for the park and fly (leaving our car) aspect. Great staff! Newly renovated breakfast room. More renovations to come. Our room was good and breakfast was average. Great shuttle!

    4
    « Mis-information »

Were told we could stay another night, we were assured there were rooms; with that assurance we did not reserve a room; when it came time to check out, and get an additional room, we were told the hotel was all booked and we could not stay another day. We had to pack up all of our belongings and look for another hotel.

    4
    « Very comfortable. »

The room was small, but comfortable. Comfortable bed. The large walk-in shower was terrific. Sorry we had to leave without trying the breakfast. K-cup coffee machine in room made terrible, undrinkable coffee, unexpected in the Pacific Northwest. :(

    « Great value »

Stayed for 1 night, Airport shuttle was quick and simple, check in fast and efficient. Room 25 very spacious and clean but slightly dated. Had a good quiet night sleep. Breakfast wasn't great but I didn't expect much so it didn't come as a disappointment however needed a quick bite to eat before heading on so being a buffet it was exactly that.

« We love staying at Best Western »

We stayed at Best Western the 1st time around Thanksgiving last year and right away we fell in love with BW. So anytime we plan to travel away from home, we look for Best Western, knowing that our stay would be comfortable as well as pleasurable -- we enjoy the comfortable bed, its cheerful and friendly staff, and the convenience of having breakfast in-house, that's a bonus! We plan on staying at BW anywhere we travel from here moving forward. Thank you, Mike & Suzzie of Spokane

    « Convenient »

Great location for travel in and out of SeaTac airport. Clean rooms, nice staff. They also offer shuttle service to and from the airport, which is greatly appreciated. The shuttle driver also took us the light rail station, directly across from the airport - easy access to downtown Seattle.

    4
    « Good stop »

My wife and I had a ground floor room (108 I think), for only one night. I rate this location a 4, not suggesting that this is a place to stay long - but because it does what you'd want it to do, and it does it pretty darn well. Cons: *It is not located in a fantastic neighbourhood. *Nearby parking fills up quickly. *Don't eat the french toast or eggs for breakfast. *Don't be a smoker. They'll threaten you with a fee if the room smells like smoke, even if you didn't smoke in it. That said, I was not fined, nor did I smoke in it. Pros: *Our room was very clean and well appointed. *The breakfast buffet is far above average, compared to many similar hotels at which we've stayed. Dairigold milk is great, and the make-your-own-oats station was cool. *I did not get a chance to use the pool area though we did walk by, and it looked quite nice! *Of the 9 days (and 3 rentals) we stayed in Washington, this place had the best bed. *Staff were otherwise courteous and helpful! Shuttle driver was a touch short, but that's all. *Lots of pamphlets for local things to do! I mean, seriously this place was super stocked - we ended up using one of the maps we got from their stand for our entire trip. *Nice landscaping touches reflect Seattle's general like of flowers. *Good wifi. I would recommend this stay for: 1-2 day conferences, long layovers, stops on roadtrip.

« Great hotel at a reasonable rate »

This hotel is near the airport but has free shuttle to the light rail to get into Seattle. Full breakfast, comfortable room. Unfortunately the elevator was not in good repair and made a lot of scary noise. Notified front desk of this when we first arrive but it was still unrepaired a week later when we checked out. Front desk said they were "aware" of the problem.

    3
« It is a busy hotel for travelers... we appreciated the free parking for two days! »

We stayed here both before and after a two-day trip to Canada, leaving the car parked while we were away. Concern regarding the car was unfounded - it was safe and that, alone, was valuable to us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The first night we ate at the hotel restaurant. While not high on ambiance, the food was reasonable, good and appreciated! We ate at the free breakfast both mornings. It was much better than some we have had, elsewhere. Was it loud at times? Of course! It is at the airport! That should be expected. Our only issue was that we waited for a shuttle at the Link Station for over an hour, from 10~11 PM. While it seemed safe enough, we were tired! We had a baby and the wait was way too long. The main desk was very busy at all hours!

« Worst Nights' Sleep in Many Years »

I stayed here for two nights during the week and barely got any sleep either night. My room was on the first floor facing International Boulevard. Between the traffic noise, the loud rattly heater, the very loud noise from the water pipes in the wall when my neighbors used the bathroom, the continual slamming of the door at the end of the hallway as people entered and exited at all hours of the night, people standing and talking loudly outside my window and in the hallway at all hours of the night, the continual footsteps of the people above me and various and sundry other noises of unknown origin, I barely got any sleep either night. After the first night, I thought maybe things will be a bit better on the second night but nope! Check in was quick, staff was cordial but more cordially robotic than seeming to really care. Room was nice enough and was clean and well appointed although I was surprised to find I had been given a handicapped accessible room without any mention of that when I checked in. Breakfast was a good assortment of items and they did serve dinner but the choices seemed minimal and the dining area itself was rather vacuous and unappealing for dinner so I ate at one of the other restaurant in a nearby hotel. The desk area was almost too small to work at and had only one available plug although they did have free WIFI with no required password. I did book through Expedia and possibly if I had booked directly through the hotel, I might have gotten a better room but I doubt it. At $119 a night it seemed like a bargain but I think I definitely should have spent a little more in retrospect and stayed in one of the many other hotels in the area.

« April trip to Seattle »

We found this be a great place to stay due to it's proximity to the airport and within walking distance to several great places to eat. The room was very comfortable and we found the pool/spa to very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We'll definitely stay here the next time we're in town.

« Best Bang for YOUR buck! »

Great hotel....We had rented a room at another shady motel at first and it was not safe at all not to mention disgusting! So we hurried back on expedia and got a great deal on this room with Best Western. When I walked in, staff was extremely friendly, let me know about all the amenities, where to find my room, and hours of everything. Our room was very clean and newly renovated. They just did a bunch of renovations, it looks like everything is done at this point...I don't see any construction around. Very nice pool and hot tub! Clean, nice game room, and even offer board games for the kiddos. It is close to the airport and close to lots of places to eat. We would def. stay again! It is in a much safer area then right down the road. Very family friendly!

« Best Western Seattle WA »

Very close to SEA-TAC Airport & Lite Rail for travel into Seattle. Staff was extremely patient, friendly, explained things clearly, well mannered & showed pride in their appearance. Also fairly convenient to huge mall with plenty to do there. The kitchen provided ample food choices at reasonable prices. I felt right at home.

    « Average Hotel »

Been there for 1 week on Feb 2016. The hotel restaurant still under renovation. i met into many friendly and helpful staffs in the hotel. You can find car parking easily surrounded the hotel. Convenient for those who need to stay near the SEATAC international airport, which airport transfer are provided. The furbishing of the hotel rather old. The lightning in the room insufficient for the room. Access card for the room does not work all the time, i need multiple tried before it allow access.

« Back again - and would return »

Once again, we have made use of the BW Airport Executel for our jump off facility prior to our flight out of Seattle. We have also used the service of their Park 'n Fly - and found it a real bonus. The rooms, as found on our many past visits were satisfactory and the staff welcoming. This time, they'd done some renovations, which looked great, but removed the available water/lemon dispenser we'd enjoyed in the past...perhaps it is there, we just didn't see it. We did not stay to enjoy breakfast, as we had an early flight...but in the past this has been excellent. I'll come back...

« Good Overnight Waiting for Flight and to Park »

The parking program attracted me, but the property was better than others we have used when flying out of SEATAC. It was a nice surprise and we will consider Best Western with our next flight. Pick-up could have been faster.

« Airport shuttle service could use more courtesy »

The hotel itself was nice, however immediately placing my call on hold for 15 minutes when I called from the airport for a courtesy shuttle was a huge inconvenience for both myself and all other waiting to use the courtesy phone.

« Convenient Stopover Near SEATAC »

My wife and I stayed here one day during a flight layover at SEATAC Airport. Shuttle to & from the airport was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. TV was low-def. Complimentary wifi was adequate. The bathroom was functional, but small. Complimentary breakfast was one of the better hot/cold breakfasts we have experienced recently. Cereals, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, yoghurts, breads, etc were available.

« Great place to stay near airport »

Stayed here on last night prior to early morning flight. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast similar to Hampton Inn (eggs, cereals, oatmeal, etc) was good. Short shuttle ride to airport. Most important, I lost my blackberry on the shuttle, called the hotel from airport, and they had the shuttle driver deliver it on the next trip around. Thanks to both the front desk and the shuttle service for saving the day.

The room was very nice. Thought we would use again for a park and fly. We were told to park in the back right side of the building. Overall a great hotel. Free shuttle to airport. Small Bistro in hotel that is convenient. Good pizza served there. Nice hot breakfast that is complementary. « Top Notch Business Travel »

Newly remodeled, this hotel is top notch business travel at a reasonable price. The breakfast is a full buffet. There's a shuttle service The housekeeping staff is thorough and, like everyone else, goes above and beyond to provide the best in customer service. Wi-fi is fast. Cable TV and refrigerator in room are pluses, especially for those traveling with families. Spacious rooms. Convenient location to airport. Everything I've mentioned is included in the room cost. No extra charges. The only thing slightly negative is that it is NEAR the airport so the planes can be heard. That didn't bother me but for those noise-conscious it might. Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

    « Best hotel service ever...PERIOD! »

From the very first moment I walked in until I handed them the key, everyone was polite, professional, and friendly. They were happy I was staying there. Tom quoted me a room price and I told him I'd talk to my wife. After visiting about 5 other places to compare rates, we came back. Upon check in, I asked for info on local dining for my family and requested a hide-a-bed. Upon our return from dinner, the hide-a-bed was in our room along with activity pages for my kids. Upon my arrival at the airport the next morning, I realized I'd forgotten $100 worth of salmon in the fridge. When I called back in, they said, "No problem. We'll send it with the next shuttle driver." And as promised, it was delivered. My family has been in the lodging business for over 30 years with small, family owned/operated properties. This was personal, friendly service by people who enjoy serving others. I cannot say enough good about this experience.

    « Very Noisy »

I've stayed at the Best Western Airport Executel in Seattle twice now, both times because I had an early morning flight and did not want to drive the hour and 45 minute drive to the airport in the early morning. Both times the hallways have been incredibly loud with children running and yelling, people talking, and people rolling their luggage through up until the late hours of the night. The second time I was put in a room near the lobby and I could hear the lobby music playing the entire night, in addition to the other noises.

« Quick and helpful Service, Wonderful Breakfast »

This property is convenient and has a great shuttle service. We stayed here to attend a Seattle Mariners game. We caught the shuttle and were dropped off at the light rail, saving tons of money not parking near the stadium. We arrived early and were able to check in early. We went to the room and found one of the covers on one of the lights attached to the headboard to be cracked. On our way out to go to the game, we mentioned the light cover to the front desk clerk. We were doing it to make sure we were not charged for it, since it was broken before our arrival. The first thing the clerk said was to offer a different room. We were like no that is not necessary, especially with it being just a light cover. We told her we just wanted to bring it to their attention. So we left and attended the game. When we returned the cover had already been replaced. Great Job! Breakfast the next morning was awesome. This had to be the top 1 or 2 Best Western hotel breakfasts. The newly renovated breakfast/café area is so much roomier and not so congested. The room is light and fresh. The breakfast choices included cereals, breads, yogurts, oatmeal, hot eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, French toast and premade waffles, and fresh fruit. Great spread and the flow of the room is 1000x better than before. The hotel looks sleek and modern, and very comfortable. I will be staying here many more times, and suggest you do as well.

    « Night before flight »

We ( two adults and 3 children 3,2,9months) stayed the night before our flight out. The best part was the staff. We had to make several changes to our reservations and the staff ( David and Wanda ) at the front desk helped us make the changes without any hassles at all. We also needed to get a crib and we had it within 15 minutes. The next morning when we stopped to get breakfast I was asked several times if there was anything they could get for me. ( The complimentary breakfast was a big surprise, it had everything we could want ,thank you) . The free ride to the airport was prompt and the driver was good and helpful with his instructions at the airport . The indoor pool was great in that it helped tire the kids out so bedtime came early. The entire place was clean and clutter free. We do recommend this to families needing a place to stay before their flight and I will stay here again the next time I fly out early , it certainly was a better experience that the dash to the airport thru the morning rush hour traffic. We stayed april 6,2016

« Great stay over hotel (airport) »

We enjoyed our brief stay here as we were flying out in the morning. Great park & ride right behind the hotel. Friendly staff :) Offered "to go breaky" which was nice as we left before the complimentary breakfast was open.

    « Friendly Staff »

The staff at the Best Western Airport Executel, always go above and beyond when trying to help or accommodate their guests. I was in town for a cyber defense competition, with my service dog and the hotel was very good at helping me with my needs.

This was a very nice place to stay. I was very pleased. I belong to the Rewards group and am interested and excited to be able to part of this. We had a very nice two-days stay, and have stayed in other BW during this trip. We stayed at the one in Medford, and it was wonderful with a wonderful complete breakfast. Tonight we are at Novato and this is very nice as well. We will be staying at San Francisco, as well as in Irvine, and over to Arizona. Thank you.

    « Spring Break »

Stayed one night for Spring break. I tried booking a room on the BW site, but it was not working, so I called the hotel direct and got an even better rate then was on the website. I call that a great start. On our way my 8 year old daughter got car sick. She was fine at check in, but her clothes were not. I had never done laundry at a Hotel, but this was a need. Both washer and dryer worked great. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool. Strange they were the only ones there. Both girls commented on how fancy it was. I wouldn't call it fancy, but it was clean and very comfortable. Both girls were out with in minutes of being put to bed. This has never happened with these girls before. My husband I and also slept very well. If there was noise it didn't bother us. We do live near the Portland Airport, so maybe we are just used to it.

    « Good Breakfast »

One of the best complimentary breakfasts I've found. Good shuttle service. Caring, competent staff. Clean rooms. Room rates vary widely, I guess depending on day of week or time of year, but I always check here first.

    « Conveniently located. »

My family and I visited Seattle for Spring Break. We decided on this hotel because of its proximity to the SeaTac airport. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was a decent size. Now the bad. No microwave, slow Wifi, and hard pillows. The hotel does have an indoor pool which we did not use and a game room. Guests must check out the equipment before use. The game room sure needs some updating and newer ping paddles as the ones we used were falling apart. I will not complain about the noise since we are close to the airport. But I will complain about the breakfast. The food was okay. Eggs, french toast, yogurt, the usual. The service was NOT okay. As soon as it was 9:30 am, the attendant came and started removing food even as guests were still filling their plates. My son went to get apple juice with his cup and was turned away. I personally have stayed in many BW hotels and this is the first time I have seen this. Normally, the attendant waits until it slows down or guests no longer occupy the room before the food is removed. This, in my opinion, is unacceptable. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and wished our trip was longer.

    « Nice Hotel »

We have stayed at this hotel over night a number of times and enjoyed our short stay there every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable! Check in is quick and easy and the staff were all very pleasant! We arrived the first part of March and the breakfast room, lobby and restaurant were all under renovations. The breakfast was held in another room of the hotel which was a little crowded but we didn't expect much because of renovations. Breakfast was still very good! Looks like it will be really nice once the renovations are done The one thing I found to be a nuisance was the "no cash" vending machines. I wanted a drink when we arrived but was surprised to find the machine only took credit cards. I wasn't about to put one can of pop on my credit card! We will definitely be staying there again!.

« Great park and fly »

Stayed many times because of great and affordable parking, convenient shuttle to airport, good breakfast. Wish they would get the restaurant up and running. But - room service looked after us at 5 minutes to closing time!

« Slow WiFi and NO FREE breakfast »

I was on a business trip in Seattle and had my kids with me since it was Spring Break. We had stayed in the Downtown area at another Best Western right next to the Space Needle and were satisfied but they were booked up so we could only stay one night so we were forced to look elsewhere. I always stay at BW and so I looked at all local options and ended up at this BW. It was 15 miles out of town but the price was better so we made the drive......oops....should have paid the higher price and stayed in town. I understand we saved money but we didn't get breakfast or WiFi.

Nothing more to add. Basically satisfied with our stay there were no surprises. even though hotel was undergoing renovations shuttle service was great we arrived at seatac 12:01pm and bus was already there

« 2nd Stay here. I was disappointed this time. »

First off, when I stayed here before, I gave it a pretty decent review so I decided to stay here again. (After all, it is very convenient for me when visiting Seattle area and the price is good.) But this time I was quite disappointed. First, when I arrived to check in, I was told that I couldn't get any "Best Western Points" for my stay since I had booked through some web-site (don't know which one) and I could only get "points" if I had booked directly with the hotel (which is what I thought I had done). Bummer.....especially since I was staying for 5 nights. Second, the front desk clerk told me that they would give me an extra special larger room (at no extra charge). While the room was a bit larger, there was no table by the chair (so I had to pull over a chair from the desk area) and the reading light by the chair did not work. Plus the coffee maker in the room only worked occasionally -- at least coffee was available down the hall (which meant I HAD to get dressed each morning just to get a quick "wake up" cup). On the PLUS Side --- The Housekeeping and Room Service staff people were MARVELOUS -- very friendly and quick to respond. I easily give them a 5 Star rating again. The breakfast buffet was just OK. In their "temporary" location while the restaurant is being renovated, things are quite cramped and crowded........Most of the food offered was just OK fare. But they didn't have much selection of fresh fruits (one day they had some apples, one day they had some oranges -- but never 2 or more fruits offered on any one day). Third, they are still undergoing some major construction. Normally, this would not bother me. But the construction crews started early (around 6:45am) and seemed to be working on the room directly beneath mine, so any late mornings sleep-ins were impossible. Fourth, because this "special" room they gave me shared a wall with the stairway going from the 2nd floor down to the heated pool and rec center on the ground floor, on two different nights I was not able to get to sleep until after Midnight because of kids running and people clomping up and down the stairs. I am coming back to Seattle in a few weeks for over a week's stay. I am really not sure now as to whether or not I will stay at this place again.

    « Great Value »

Great value if you are travelling and need a place to get a good rest and a ride to the airport. The café is currently under renovation and due to open March 31, 2016. Breakfast continues to be offered in another area of the hotel. Very friendly staff, solid breakfast choices and Khit at the front desk is fabulous!

« I didn't stay here but was charged for one night »

I am really frustrated - I am sure that I went into Booking.com and canceled this reservation within an hour of making it in the first place. After a week since our trip to Seattle I started getting request to review my stay at the Best Western Airport Executel. I called the hotel and explained that I had canceled that reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights online. Wanda told me that she would let the night manager know about it and just confirm that the rooms were clean and unused and that I wouldn't be charged for the rooms. She took my number and said she would call back to confirm. She did call back the next day and left a message that they would be charging me for the rooms as there was no record of a cancellation, despite what she told me on our first call. I called her back and explained that I had canceled it on Booking.com. She then said that she had no control over the charges and that Booking.com would be the one who would be charging me and that's what I would see on my credit card statement - "booking pays the hotel - the hotel doesn't charge you - it's out of our control". But on my first call to the hotel, she acted like it was completely in their control and they wouldn't charge me at all. So I called Booking.com and they say they don't see a cancellation either, which sadly I had no confirmation letter from booking saying they canceled it - so I don't know if there was a tech glitch or if I just didn't click on the final "cancel" button or what....BUT Booking.com says - the hotel is lying to you, we don't charge you - the hotel is the one who charges your stay at the time you stay there. And sure enough, I was charged by Best Western on my credit card for 2 rooms for one night each. I would have been livid if they charged me for 2 rooms for 2 nights - as they absolutely could have rented out the rooms on the 2nd night after no one showed up the first night - so it could have been worse. And on the booking.com reservation it asks if I want the hotel to contact me by phone or email and I had both phone and email available - maybe they could have called if no one showed up for the rooms. But I still feel ripped off as I remember canceling the reservation online and then not being told the truth by the staff at the Best Western leaves a bad taste in my mouth and a charge on my credit card for 2 rooms we didn't even stay in - that weekend just got really expensive! Lesson learned - make sure you get a confirmation notice when you cancel a reservation and probably a good idea to call the hotel directly as a back up.

« Friendly staff, clean rooms. Perfect if you're on a bit of a budget. »

Friendly staff, clean, and good location by the airport. Can't go wrong with free breakfast, free wifi, and free parking. Would definitely stay here again. They have a pool, game room, and a small exercise room with a treadmill. My only wish was that the breakfast buffet was a little bigger, since I was kind of sick of scrambled eggs by the end.

    « Going through remodel »

Going through a remodel so it's hard to give it a fair rating. I think the rooms have been remodeled, but they should have gutted the rooms. If you can get a good price, this isn't a bad place. Breakfast was good and pool area was nice. They do need digital cable. They have high def TV's, but the picture is terrible!

    5
    « Stay and park »

Convenient location and regular shuttle to the airport. We left the car for 18 days at a very reasonable rate. Not too many restaurants close by and the hotel restaurant was closed for renovations. The room service was good though. Good breakfast and helpful staff. We would stay there again for sure.

    2
    « not happy »

Would not stay in this Best Western. Our room smelled like smoke renovations seem to be on going for the last 2 years . Terrible location. to go eat anything. We did not have the breakfast due to our flight leaving early. so what they did give us was terrible

    « Shopping Trip »

Everyone at this hotel was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, hotel was clean, updates were being done, and since the restaurant was closed for renovations, room service was available and was very good. Thanks to the staff who helped us find our way around without having to rent a car. It was a pleasure.

« Looks nice, poor service »

This hotel is like a cheap phone with an expensive case: looks nice, but poor service. When we arrived at SeaTac airport, we missed the shuttle because we didn't recognize it. They actually share the shuttle with a parking service (shuttle is big and red that says Aero Parking with a small Best Western logo in the corner). We called to ask if they could send the shuttle back but they said we would have to wait for the next shuttle run in 30 minutes. When we finally arrived at the hotel, check in was smooth and our room, newly renovated, looked nice, although the walls were thin since we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. We ordered a pizza through room service which tasted decent. The next morning was also disappointing. Breakfast was a very typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. Check out was smooth but getting on the shuttle was again a waiting game. We were not allowed on the shuttle because a large tourist group had already booked the shuttle. It would have been nice to be told earlier that we were supposed to reserve a spot on the shuttle, which since they share it with Aero Parking, the shuttle only takes eight people from Best Western per trip. So we took the next shuttle 30 mins later, even though it was annoying, at least we weren't in a rush, but I could see this being a issue for people on a schedule. We booked a stay here because it seemed to be a good value hotel, but in the end, you really do get your money's worth. It looks nice on the outside, but don't expect anything special.

    « Too Noisy »

While searching for a hotel near the air port to looked for reviews about noise. This hotel didn't have any in first dozen or so listed. We just wanted a good night's sleep before an early flight, no such luck! Our room was really hot ( in March); even with the air conditioner on, we could hear planes. The bed was hard and really uncomfortable for a new mattress. The staff was friendly and professional.

    4
    « Nice Hotel »

This was a nice hotel, it is being remodeled at the time but did not disturb our stay at all. The room was just remodeled so everything was nice and new. The pillows on the bed although new were terrible. The breakfast was not very good either. Very decent price.

    4
« Great Value and Sleep »

We hadn't staid at a Best Western in a very long time and were very impressed with the value and quality with this location. The beds were very comfortable. The selection at breakfast was quite varied and tasty. There is a small indoor pool, games room and fitness centre. The internet was included and faster than many other hotels. We used the park and fly option and the shuttle was quick. We will consider this location again when we are looking to fly out of SeaTac.

Our stay at best Western Airport Executel, Seattle was very nice they picked us up from the airport, checked us in wright away and upgraded our room without us even asking. It was very clean and very quite. the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.

    « Bed and breakfast »

A bed to sleep , good breakfast eggs ,sausage , yogurt, etc. pool and game room was a surprise would have checked in earlier if I knew had all of that . New cafe area was to open within a few days . Would stay again. Free airport shuttle every 15 minutes

    4
« Park and fly is the way to go! »

We have used this hotel twice now for the excellent Park and Fly deal. There shuttle runs every 15 minutes to the airport, so you never have to wait and the parking is right behind the hotel. Because the hotel is remodeling the breakfast wasn't as robust as the last visit. We did get a "remodeled" room for our stay, but evidently they didn't think of replacing the mattress or cleaning the upholstered furniture before putting them back in the room... We will stay here again, great deal!

    2
    « Noisy room »

Staff was helpful and courteous, complimentary breakfast was the best I have experienced. Hotel offers free parking. WiFi did not always work. Could not sleep due to airport noise. Would not stay here again.

« Not the Ritz But All You Need »

Stayed in this hotel almost a week. Not impressed with the lobby, very sparse, but well satisfied with the hotel otherwise. Room was not the Ritz but clean and functional. I was surprised to find that they had free bottled water in a small frig. Bathroom had a night light. TV was a decent sized flat screen with even CNBC and Bloomberg channels which I appreciated. Internet was easy to sign into, had good speed, and was always available. There were full breakfasts with pretty much everything that you could want and I was impressed that despite a high volume of breakfast goers, I never did I see any item run out of food. I needed some printing and found they had a little business center with three computers and a printer. Paper was well stocked. Staff was consistently friendly. There is a small workout room two elliptical's, a treadmill, and a stationary bike (little cramped for my taste), and a nice little swimming pool. My only complaint was lack of access to a microwave. They did cheerfully heat food for me in a microwave in a room behind the front desk. They even had a container with umbrellas in the lobby which guests can borrow. They are clearly trying to do a good job. All in all, pleased with my stay.

    « Undergoing Renovation, Rough. »

Got the free transfer from the airport (I think it's only the foreign tourists that tip we learnt!) which dropped us at the door. After this, the efficiency ended. We'd booked this as a romantic night at the end of our holiday before our flight the next afternoon. After noticing other hotels were being renovated and had areas closed I asked hotels.com to call ahead and check. They did and staff confirmed to them than there weren't any renovations going on currently. We got there and were offered a newly renovated room. Beyond the reception it was clear this was a tired old hotel, IGNORE THE PHOTOS! The pool area, although open, was small and full of kids shouting. The restaurant was closed for renovation so our 'romantic meal' was a pizza ordered in from a local take away. The room was a generous size but despite being told we were in a recently renovated room, I had to make several calls to reception to replace faulty items. The first 2 TV remotes failed to work and the coffee maker was faulty too. These were replace quickly, but this shouldn't happen, IMO the cleaners should check everything. Other guests were noisy through the night too although we still managed to sleep through it. Not sure why but it seemed to attract a 'rough' kind of guest. Next morning, the breakfast was served in a temporary 'office' as the main restaurant had building work in it and painters were in corridors too. I complained to staff on checkout and that didn't seem to care and said I should take it up with Expedia (I did and got a full refund voucher and apology). All in all, if I was going to overnight at the airport again at a hotel of this quality, I'd pay half the price or look elsewhere for something of a better quality.

    « Needs more staff »

    1. Arrived at SeaTac late evening - had to call hotel twice before a shuttle came to pick up a number of us who where waiting. 2. Air conditioner in room was extremely loud, 3. Hotel is undergoing renovations so the breakfast is being served in a vey small conference room. Very crowded and ended up taking breakfast to room. 4. Upon checking out there was only one person at the front desk and a lot of folks checking out. There was also only one shuttle driver who needed to leave NOW. After several complaints two employees came out from the back room to help at the front desk. 5. However, the room was clean and quite spacious and they have a nice pool and jacuzzi.

« Don't stay here not even for a night! »

No sleep street noise was very loud, fitness equipment horrible and just overall yuckie hotel. They seem to be trying to renovate but it's not aparent. Shuttle service is the only thing that was great about our stay here which was just a single night.

« Comfortable motel with safe parking near Seatac »

I was very pleased with my room and the staff at this location. I used the 7 day parking rate and the shuttle was very quick and convenient. My bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

« Good, clean and comfortable »

My usual routine when visiting friends on the Washington/British Columbia border is to stay in Seattle overnight before shuttling north. I've stayed here several times now.The beds are comfortable, the shower hot, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly. The one issue is that the wi-fi, though free, is spotty at best. But that's a minor detail. Overall I'm very pleased with my stay,

« Not fancy but clean and affordable »

thought the pool and fitness area were great. the rooms were decent and the complimentary breakfast was really good. we paid for the park n fly and thought that was a really good deal. there was some renovations going on so was not in the best shape when we were there but good to see there are improving the hotel.

« Best treatment by staff on a really really bad day »

We had a horrible experience with Alaska airlines at midnight and got dropped off at the best western by an amazing cab driver who didn't charge us only to be greeted the nicest girl at the front desk. She gave us the best room she could for the cheapest price as we only needed the place for 6-7 hours. As we were telling her our story, the manager overheard our story and gave us the best room in the building at no charge. AWESOMEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This is the second time in a row we've had a good experience ad the best western. I will always look for a best western wherever I go. So thanks!!!

    « Nice Rooms »

This is a great hotel to stay in the night before leaving Seattle as it has free shuttle service to and from Seatac. If you are arriving at Seattle airport you would go to level three of the parking garage and call for pickup. The hotel also has free breakfast, is non smoking, has a fitness room and a restaurant that is closed at this time for renovations.

    4
« Working on improvements but... »

Lovely, recently remodeled room with excellent TV reception. Helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant closed for renovations. Breakfast offerings could be much improved by healthier selections of cereals and more fresh fruit. Bacon and less watery scrambles eggs would be a real improvement. Shuttle service is VERY slow and an effort should be made to have shuttle waiting for incoming guests who have advised the BW location of their flight # and arrival time, as per other hotel chains.

    5
« Good value for money!!! »

Stayed for 2 nights. 1st time to stay at this place. Booked it online via Priceline. Clean rooms. No smell. Decent breakfast. Outside it looks run down so I was telling myself when we got here Oh no! but don't let it fool you. They are renovating. Our go to hotel when in Seattle. City hotels don't really give you a good bang for your bucks!

    5
    « Close to Sea-Tac »

Great hotel for the convenience of the airport if you are flying. They have great parking and a free shuttle to and from the airport. Rooms are very comfortable with great beds. The last few rooms we have stayed in have been nicely renovated and are spacious.

  • 3
    « Under renovations »

We have stayed here whenever we fly into Seattle. It isn't on the light rail line so you would need to have them take you to a station from this hotel. That is one reason it is less expensive than others. however, it is under renovations now. The free breakfast is still available but the restaurant/bar is closed. Also, I was not as happy with my room this trip and they never gave me my 4 am wake up call (it was a back-up call for my phone).

    « Feb 2016 BW Seatac »

Very convenient for Seatac Airport travel needs. Hotel restaurant is being remodeled which when finished will be a big improvement. Our room was very nice and quiet. There was only one attendant when we checked in so it was a bit of a wait to get our room, but that was the only negative.

    3
« Middle of the Road »

My husband came for business and I tagged along. My first impression was "oh no". The hotel looked very outdated. It had a very small, cramped lobby. The restaurant was undergoing renovations, so there was the noise that goes along with that. They are also in the process of redoing rooms. We had a renovated one. I think there could have been additional things done to upgrade the room, although it was comfortable. The staff, though, was top notch. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was decent. The pool was warm, although the hotel overall was pretty cold. I was hoping to get work done while sitting in the atrium, but the cold made that unpleasant. The free shuttle to the mall broke up the monotony of spending all day at the hotel. Not the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but decent enough to stay again for a night or two.

    5
    « Nice renovated room »

We were put into one of the newly renovated rooms it was very nice. We have been staying here when we fly south for a number of years. I can't wait to see the finished restaurant. The Parking lot next door has great rates and a point system with a shuttle to the airport.

« Close to the airport »

Good shuttle ,large clean room and a good breakfast .We had a very comfortable king size bed.The room is close to the breakfast room.Very fast free wifi.Very friendly staff .We where very pleased with our stay.

« Will be wonderful when the remodel is complete »

The room we were in had already been redone. Tasteful decor and colors. The staff is outstanding so warm and welcoming ready to assist you any way they can. We have stayed here before the remodel and the breakfast was better then. I am assuming it will improve when they finish the remodel. It was ok but had a limited number of items due to the small area it was in

    4
    « Airport Hotel »

In spite of ongoing remodeling, clean and efficient place to stay near the SeaTac Airport with comfortable beds, great shower, pool and spa that stays open until 11:00 so we could relax even after a late arrival. Quiet and an calm view of gardens from our inside room. Breakfast had something for everyone. Great service from the staff. Would stay here again when traveling in the future.

    4
« Comfortable with Excellent Customer Service »

The service was excellent on check-in. We were given Room 5 which is a newly renovated King Suite. The room was very large with a sofa and chair and what used to be a kitchen. Room 5 is in an awkward location. It is quite far from the parking and we never did find an ice machine nearby. However, the man who checked us in brought a luggage cart around back to the car for us and wheeled it inside for us. The breakfast seemed better than most in that the eggs and sausage were actually hot! Because of renovations the regular seating area was out of commission. The room where breakfast was quite small. We ordered room service the night before, at no extra charge because there was no seating in the restaurant. We would suggest either smaller quantities or a warning that servings are quite large. Unfortunately we wasted quite a bit of food. But it was very good. Overall we were happy to stay there. It will be great when all the renos are done.

    5
    « Great service! »

Khit and Wanda were on duty at the front desk. They answered all my questions including getting me a reservation in six months, changing existing reservation to a park and fly, and restaurant recommendations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and had great personalities. Our room is on the small side but functional for an overnight stay. Feel safe staying here.

    3
    « Not Horrible. »

Staff was great, had a newly remodeled room, Simple but OK A smell of Glue when we checked in but it abated after running the A/C unit. A wet towel on the shower rod, Clerk was very apologetic, offered some extra points for the night. Only major problem was the A/C Heating unit was SO quiet it did nothing to mask the sound of the airport. Otherwise a pretty good stay, Beds were comfy but the smallest Queen I have ever experienced. Toilet seemed made for an elementary school, very short.. Also found the price list for what we would be charged if we stole the bedding a bit off putting.

    « Comfortable and Clean »

My family and I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time on our family vacation. We chose the hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. We also chose this hotel because it offered a nice hot continental breakfast. Even though we were visiting downtown Seattle, we chose to stay at this hotel because it was about 15 minutes from the downtown area. The value, comfort and cleanliness allowed us to enjoy our vacation and have a nice comfortable hotel stay. This hotel also has a pool and game room area and gym area. So you really had everything you need. It is also close to the SeaTac Airport.

    4
« Convenient for an early flight »

We were quite nicely surprised by how this hotel is being updated. The room we stayed in was freshly done and was large and clean. We liked the fact that it has free shuttle to the airport so when you have a 6:00 a.m. flight, it is great to stay so close to the airport. The front desk staff were very polite.

    5
« Great for airport transition »

We had to overnight in Seattle between flights. BW Executel was perfect for the purpose. They give a bottle of water in the room, which is very thoughtful considering how difficult and expensive water is when traveling by plane these days. Also the indoor pool/jacuzzi is an excellent way to relax after the plane stresses. The staff is very helpful and friendly, as well as efficient. The shuttle to/from airport is a definite plus, making it very easy for us to navigate the otherwise confusing transfers. Seems they have thought of everything to make travel a little easier.

    « Business as usual »

Spent another night at the Best Western. It's a typical stay for me for business meetings I have nearby on regular occasions. The hotel is good, not great. I always wish they had better offerings for breakfast. More healthy foods like fresh fruit, decent oatmeal (not instant packs), greek yogurt (not wholesale no-name sugar brands) and whole grains breads. The rooms feel generic (I suppose it is a hotel), but not warm or inviting. The body wash and shampoo on the wall comes out in minuscule amounts, and I always have to pump the dispenser a billion times. As I said, good not great.

    « Simple but Convenient »

We stayed at this hotel on the 1st and last nights of a Pacific Northwest trip. The hotel is convenient to the airport. The 1st night we stayed in a balcony room, which was nice. We enjoyed being able to step outside. The last night we stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms which was also nicely decorated. The rooms in this hotel are small, so not much room to move about with suitcases, but beds were comfy and staff was helpful.

    « Convenience »

We had a great experience. Booked a single room. When checking in the customer service was fantastic. Even though they were in the middle of a remodel. They upgraded me and my son to one of the new rooms with double beds! At no cost to me. Plus the morning breakfast was great. So much to choose from.

    « Great Stay »

We got in from our flight late at night and didn't feel like driving home to Vancouver, so we decided to spend the night here. There were 4 adults and we all managed quite nicely in the hotel. We got one of the newly renovated rooms and we were quite happy with it. The location was a little noisy, but we were so tired, we didn't care.

    « Excellent Executel »

We have stayed here twice and plan on many more visits. We live on Camano Island, nearly 1.5-2 hrs away. Whenever we fly to visit my family in CA, or have something late going on in Seattle, we choose the Executel. The manager recognized me and ensured that everything was up to our standards. Ways the hotel exceeds our expectations: 1. 24 hrs a day, they offer ice water (with lemons?), regular, and decaf coffee, hot water for tea, and assorted sundries (with trash can). 2. A pool that isn't super cold - which was helpful on our recent visit since my wife is pregnant and was unable to use the hot tub on the cold afternoon (it would snow the next morning as we left). 3. A nice little cafe with great prices ($4 for a glass of riesling) is a great deal and something I look forward to upon getting settled. 4. Laundry facility is appreciated. 5. Friendly staff

« Great place to stay night before a flight »

We always stay here the night before we fly out from Sea Tac Airport. We get 7 days parking with the room and have always been very satisfied with this hotel. The restaurant was closed this time for remodeling. Have always had good dinners there so will look forward to next time.

    « Dissapointed »

Everything about this BW was a let down, from Customer service, the hotel, the room. Would not recommend this particular BW. I have always had good experience for the most part with BW, but this one-no thank you.

    « Great Stay. »

Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk personal. They can give you good advice on where to eat. Wall's Chowder House, a Seafood Resturant was a great recommendations. The hotel is in the process of being renovated but it not effect our comfort at all. We liked the decor in our spacious room. The bed was very comfortable, (No Backache), which is unusual for me.

« Breakfast was not the best meal of the day THAT day. »

My overall experience at this particular Best Western was good. I was greeted by Tom, an older gentleman, and I appreciated being told about the specific features this hotel had to offer. He was just very courteous and started my stay on the right foot. This BW has a small swimming pool and hot tub as well as pool table, fitness center and business center. Having the pool being open late was a plus! Being able to swim and relax in the hot tub before bed was such a treat. The only thing that bothered me was the complimentary breakfast the next morning. Perhaps the reason is because of the reconstruction going on that particular day, but the breakfast area was in a small, what seemed like, conference room. There were 5 picnic tables equipped with 6 chairs each. For such a small room holding other guests in the WHOLE hotel, it was such a hassle having to wait in line for the food and then walking back to my seat. The waffles were too soggy for my taste and the scrambled eggs didn't seem like scrambled eggs. There was also a 4-piece toaster that had two little levers to push down your bread. One of the levers, though, was missing, so that made me nervous because I was so worried about getting electrocuted. Plus the thing took forever to do it's ONE JOB. Overall, this place was nice. You don't have to have breakfast here. I realized that the only reason I did was because it was free. The hotel is located fairly near the airport so you know there are going to be other restaurants around. In fact, I think iHop is just down the road.

« Not quite a Best Western Plus »

Expected to check into a good quality property as most Best Western Plus hotels are but this one needs a lot more work to achieve that rating. The rooms are ok but the halls and elevator are tired. Our assigned room was full of flies and the alternate room was over a dumpster and smelled awful. New rugs were being installed. The pool and hot tub were very good and the long term car parking convenient. The airport shuttle was also good.

    5
« good rates and good service »

Even though there is construction it does not get in the way of the daily activities. It was clean and quiet. The staff goes out of the way to make your stay confortable. A hot breakfast is served. The day we were there one of the choices was waffles with an option of fresh strawberries and cream. The beds were comfortable. The room had a large screen TV, refrigerator and was set up to charge a multiple digital items. The pick up and drop off at the airport went very smooth. the shuttle was easy to identify because it was a red shuttle where as the others were white.

    4
    « Great Hotel »

Friendly and efficient reception and housekeeping staff. Will be really great when renovations are complete. Great place to start an Air trip to the East. Airport shuttle fantastic readily available and prompt service.

    5
« Great Place to Stay »

Staff is great. Currently being remodeled so lobby is under construction. The remodeled rooms are very comfortable. The AC is quiet, as are the rooms. Standard breakfast items. Unfortunately, it is only close (about 1/4 mile) to the nearest restaurant but, public transportation is available right outside of the lobby door. They are constructing some sort of restaurant on-site during the remodel. They have a great park and fly deal available. Very secure at a great price, too. The van driver is very happy to drop passengers off at other locations if requested (ie light rail...).

« Not too Bad, Nicer motels in area for same price! »

This motel doe have a good hot continental breakfast, the mattresses were comfy, the shower pressure is great, the staff is very nice. Not so good - desk size in room is not good for doing business work on, parking is bad during renovation.

    4
    « Very Nice »

The Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and quickly checked us in. The room was clean and of a good size and comfortable for the three adults (My wife, my son, and myself). There is nothing fancy about this hotel it is pretty plan but it was comfortable and was as I expected for the price I paid. There is plenty of parking available. The hotel was doing renovation while we were there but caused no disruption of our stay as we were gone during the day. The breakfast was okay as far as free breakfast goes. The waffles were pre-cooked not like some place where you get to make your own. The scrambled eggs were good but nothing to brag about. My one grip is that the wall units that act as heaters in the winter were somewhat loud during the night. We fixed this by turning it down so that it would not cycle at night. Also as expected you do hear all the air traffic from SEATAC. If you are going to do business in downtown Seattle it will take you about 35 minutes to drive the 10ish miles as traffic is murder in Seattle. This is perhaps not the best area to stay if you plan on being downtown.

    3
    « Shuttle iffy »

This hotel is going through a renovation, so it would be unfair to comment on the facilities at this hotel. We have stayed here every time we have flown out of Seatac since moving to the area 3 years ago. This experience was not stellar. We may return; we may not.

    4
    « Seattle Airport »

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel near the Sea-Tac airport and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant at the entrance / lobby of the hotel was under construction , so my first impression wasn't great. The staff at the front desk quickly changed that as they were very accommodating and quick to process my check-in. The elevator and hallways were a little dated but my room was very acceptable and most importantly clean.I would definitely stay there again.

    « Looking Good »

Hotel undergoing renovations and looks alot better since last visit there. Will definatly consider staying in the future. The beds were confortable, pool was very good, and was close to the Airport. Could not take advantage of the free breakfast in the morning due to very early flight, but they did offer a packed breakfast, which we declined.

    5
« Loved this Best Western »

Started with only having to wait about 5 minutes for the shuttle, great staff, start breakfast at 5 am so you can still make it to the airport and the ROOM was fantastic. It had been completely renovated and was very well done. I would stay here any time I am in Seattle.

    4
« Restaurant was being renovated »

We stayed here in November 2015. It was good, as the previous times. However, this time, unfortunately, the restaurant was being renovated. Before we always enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant and that was one of the major positive points of the hotel. This time breakfast was served in the Rainier room, which was small and crowded and I also had the impression that breakfast was not as much of a variety as it was in the restaurant. I assume that by now the restaurant will be finished and breakfast will be as good as it was before, or maybe even better. The rest of the hotel is good. Pool is nice and we always enjoy it. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is always friendly. There is no microwave in the room, but we could use the microwave downstairs. We love to stay here, have been here several times and I expect we will be back in the future.

    5
    « Airport delay »

Decided not to take delayed flight but would stay in Seattle and leave the following day. Hotel was in the midst of renovations but the hall and our room was finished and very nice. Service was very good.

    4
« Breakfast, parking, near airport and average value »

Value (price for amenities) was average, the parking was large but still a bit crowded, breakfast was above average but not Hilton status, and staff was approachable. We were satisfied with our stay. About 1.5 miles from Wally Wally parking, airport, and trolley.

    3
« Good place for airport travel »

This Best Western has great beds/pillows and works well for an overnight between flights. We were on the main floor and it was a little noisy (road noise). The heater/air conditioner made a good amount of noise all night making sleep difficult. It's a bit of a "tired" place, but friendly people. Breakfast was so-so, (tough) french toast, eggs and sausage were warm choices; toast, cereal, juice, fruit cocktail, yogurt cold choices. It had free wifi and airport shuttle - both nice amenities.

    4
    « Airport layover stay »

    We stay in various motels in various states, always looking for the best bang for our buck within a decent price range. We want a clean room that offers a good breakfast, shuttle to and from airport without hassles, and a pool. We got all of this at this 'Best Western Airport Executel". We keep coming back. Now we just got told the breakfast will be offered 24 hours around the clock!! {never seen that offered anywhere}

    4
    « Joyful experience »

The staff at the reception counter were ardent and professional. The breakfast is simple but enough. I like the apple they offered freely. They tasted quite good! The only disappointment was the air conditioner in the room was poor and noisy. I felt kind of freezing and had to stay in quilt to keep myself warm.

    4
« Good place to bunk before or after Seatac »

Spent a night here before embarking on a trip out of Seatac. Nothing to write home about. An older hotel showing its age but reasonably maintained to satisfactory level. Breakfast was so-so and the business centre was painfully slow. However they have a decent pool and shuttle service was top notch.

    5
« Always convenient and comfortable »

I've stayed at this hotel many times before catching a flight from SeaTac. Front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Although the restaurant is being renovated, the array of breakfast items is adequate. Room service is available and pretty decent.

« Very Close to Airport »

I chose this hotel because it is very close to the airport, had a hot tub, and free full breakfast. The employees at the hotel are very nice and welcoming. Got checked in super easy, and were able to get to our room. The hotel currently is under renovation, but it did not affect our stay. Most of the construction was in the main lobby/side restaurant. The room I got was the king bedroom. The room was huge! The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but not too bad. Only part about the room that bothered me was that there wasn't enough lighting. There was one tiny light that would illuminate the entrance to the room, and then if you wanted more light you had to walk around and turn on quite a few different lamps. The hotel also has a pool, hot tub, and a gaming room. The pool is very good, but I was bummed that the hot tub was scalding hot and you were unable to enter it because of the high temperature. The free breakfast includes hot food, like sausages, eggs, etc. Lots to choose from, and free!! Loved it. Always a must when I travel. The hotel is at a great location. The drive to the airport was super quick and easy. Took about 2 minutes to drive there.

I am best western member, this is 1st time i am not clearly satisfied with the stay. I think Remodeling during business?not a good idea.I even used your facilities @ beach sites but this location, lobbies really stinks. I must appreciate staff, very help full & courteous specially the front desk people. Break fast was fine as usual.

    « Nice remodel »

Tried this recently remodeled option for a stay, park and fly combo and was pleasantly surprised by all aspects. Front Desk staff was excellent at providing all information that I needed upon check-in. I couldn't try the restaurant as it was closed on the Sunday of my stay; but the front desk provided a variety of options nearby and their top local recommendation was a good one. The shuttle company that this hotel used had pleasant helpful drivers and timely response. Room was comfortable and I was able to get a good night's sleep before my vacation travel itinerary.

    « Airline Layover »

I picked this hotel because of the comments on trip advisor. My family was stuck on an overnight layover to Anchorage and we wanted an economical hotel. It is an excellent hotel for the value. Clean, very quiet room, very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent detailed service by the staff and a free 5:00 am breakfast. I will stay in this hotel again when travelling through Seattle.

« Our stay at the BW Executel on Dec. 9, 2015 and Dec. 30, 2015. »

Very spacious, clean and quiet. Staff at the front desk were exceptionally accommodating and polite. The breakfast was hearty and filling prior to our long flight. The best part was the check out time of 12:00 pm (noon), which allowed us to rest up after our trip.

    5
    « Great value hotel »

We stayed here overnight after a long-haul flight. The room we had was perfect for our needs - immaculately clean with very comfy beds. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if looking for a good hotel at a reasonable price when first arriving in Seattle.

    5
« Great service and experience »

Our flight was cancelled, so we stayed at this BW, and after a rough day it was a relief to be welcomed by a very nice gentleman, and got a very nice/clean room. (even the wife was impressed), and were able to stay a couple of hours beyond the regular check-out time in order to catch our next flight. Great job. If we're in the neighborhood again, we will definitely stay here again.

    4
    « Good Value »

I found everyone at the front desk very polite and helpful. They even upgraded our room to a king bed versus the queen I had booked. We booked a room by SeaTac because we were picking up at the airport early in the morning. I was disappointed to see their restaurant was closed down because after a long drive I was really anxious for a glass of wine and a good dinner. I can't fault the hotel though. Turns out I had warning when I booked online for the room and I missed it The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but for someone who looks forward to that occasional waffle I was sorry to see the waffle promised in their breakfast description was not to be. Maybe next time?

« Came back home to my brother's funeral »

This hotel has some pros and cons Pros-Great value for you're money Free breakfast which was very delicious every morning Nice clean rooms Great location if you have family in every city in washington Cons-They hate to give you clean towels, soap etc They keep locking my room door because the said they smell smoke near my room door which highly made me very angry!!! Everyday I came in I had to get a new room key because the would deactivate. Staff is very rude and disrespectful when they are in the wrong.one stated that a housekeeper smelled smoke near my door and I should be grateful that they were letting me back in being it's two doors one left and one right. But despite that the hotel was nice and reasonable for the price paid.

    « Just the ticket »

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Very comfortable, indoor pool and very easy access to rental return and airport. Super clean, strong wifi and very helpful staff. The breakfast was simple, but catered to the protein rather than the carbs. I would definitely stay again.

    « Never again »

Stayed just one night - had a late arriving flight and wanted something near the airport for an easy first night. But nothing positive to say. First, it took an HOUR to get to the hotel - called the hotel for the shuttle. Turns out they do not have their own shuttle but apparently use a 'service' - without all the details the net is that three phone calls and over half an hour later I was still being told the shuttle was on its way ...then on the third call I was directed to use the courtesy phone and call the shuttle company direct. When I called they assured me they were still on their way and the shuttle was 'four minutes away'. Ten or fifteen minutes later I called again and was told the shuttle was 'caught in traffic'. When I called the hotel again I was asked if I was sure I was standing in the 'right place'...yes, right under the sign talking to them on the courtesy phone where, when it finally arrived, the shuttle stopped. I am not sure what was more frustrating standing in the damp cold night being told over and over the shuttle would be there soon or that the hotel staff's complete indifference when an hour later I finally made it to the hotel. Check in was uneventful and as I say although they were aware there was no even passing apology or expression of concern. Hotel renovations are underway (and clearly needed) - would not have chosen this location if I'd known. Room had musty smell, no apparent insulation against the noise (very loud plane noises into the late hours and resuming in the early morning hours), heating system sounded like a freight train when it came on each time. Unable to extract any soap from the dispenser on the shower wall - unclear if it was broken or empty. Did manage to get a tiny bit of shampoo out of the second dispenser on the wall. I could go on but I think you get the gist. Breakfast also fell victim to the 'renovations' - several cafeteria tables in a temporary setup which were filled when went down to eat - after having a quick look to see if there was something to take back to the room since there was no place to sit down it became apparent I was not missing much...the food area to put it generously was decimated by the influx of people - to be fair, I did go down at prime-time for breakfast so perhaps when the rush is over they take care of sorting it out. No express checkout was offered or received. I wasn't expecting a five star experience but Best Western's are usually consistently well maintained and have professional welcoming staff but not this location. Would never recommend - would never return. And will feel a little less confident about other Best Western airport locations in the future. Not sure if it was the staff or the facility that makes me say that but I seldom feel a one star is warranted; in this case if it were possible I'd not even rate it with one star. (Spent the last night at SeaTac at the Fairfield and it was five star in comparison to this place although I consider them comparable brands)

    « Love this place »

I love this place because, today, checking in, I needed to get my boarding passes printed. When I couldn't figure out how to do it, Dave came from his office, and helped me get it done. These folks have been my 'go-to' place at Seattle airport for years. I usually do a park and ride. They have a free shuttle, it's a little slow, but it gives me the opportunity to sit back and take it easy. They always help me when I need it, and are very friendly.

    3
« Good enough for a night stay before a flight out »

Stayed here overnight before leaving Seattle the next morning. It's located about five minutes away from the airport and rental car returns. Didn't see much of the hotel aside from the room which was pretty decent and clean. No complaints about the bed, not the best but definitely not the worst. There are a bunch of places to eat at within a short drive / decent walk away (Denny's, Taco Bell etc.). Paid $91 in early December of 2015 compared to $73 at the Quality Inn nearby.

    5
    « Execptional Service »

Exceptional, outstanding Customer service from every employee, great breakfast, clean facility... a very good value for traveling in the Seattle area. Seattle is very easily accessible from this location with the easy shuttle and lightrail service. We highly recommend!

« Renovated rooms still need work .... Staff tried »

We arrived and got one of the renovated rooms. Not bad looking . But we found ants and the sink did not drain in room 10. Then they moved us to room 20 and at 12.45'on the morning a picture fell off the wall. My wife could not sleep after that. When we raised the concern they comped the parking but not the room. It should have been the room and not the parking. Oh well. We had a to go meal at 4.15 am not great. A juice, Apple and granola bar. Let's hope no problem with parking. The reception did try.

    5
« Indoor pool and game room. »

They placed us in the top floor king w sleeper sofa. Room was big and clean. Had a microwave and mini ref. I mentioned it was my anniversary and they gifted me $25 room service. Front desk and kitchen were super friendly! We watched the seahawks game near the swimming pool.

    « Split stay »

The first part of our stay the room was pretty good. Very quiet. Outside noises weren't too bad. Not a lot of plug in's for electronics though, and space pretty tight for 4 people and suitcases, On the second part of our trip the room we got was larger and more comfortable with more plug in's but the noise factor was not good. Noise outside the window was bad with construction and jack hammers and airplane noise and the room door didn't fit well and any talking or elevator noise was loud. Also the restaurant was under renovation and so room service was sandwich's and pizza. The pizza was great but we were not thrilled with the sandwiches and fries. And the buffet breakfast was good until you had to have it 5 days in a row. No variety from day to day

« BW Airport Executel, Seattle »

Very nice stay at this hotel. I always stay here when traveling through the Seattle airport. The rooms are spotless and staff very professional and pleasant. They are constantly upgrading their product and keeping up with modernization. I had room service and the food was hot, excellent, and reasonably priced. I will stay here again. There is some aircraft noise due to the proximity to the airport but they shut down departures from around 11p-6a.

    4
« Good Price, Good Value »

We stayed at this hotel both before and after our trip. The hotel has been upgrading and our before trip room was excellent, clean & comfortable in addition to being fully updated. Our after trip room was on the side of the hotel where the airplanes could be heard quite regularly, this was a bit noisier and in addition this room had been updated. Continental breakfast was well laid out , clean with a good selection. Even the water in the room was free! Shuttle to & from airport was free and our wait upon our return from our trip at 11:00pm for the shuttle was 15 minutes . Good value, good location to airport as aero park lot is directly behind hotel. Would we stay at this hotel again....Yes

    « Grain of salt »

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western. I'm giving this review with a grain of salt however, since they were in the middle of a remodel. I must say that they were quiet and professional about their work. I was never disturbed by the noise of construction while I was there. The hotel is great if you're going to be in and out and not in need of good food and entertainment. Their restaurant is closed and there is little to do in the area. This is not a luxury hotel, so if you're looking for a spa and gold fixtures this ain't the place! But the staff is great and as accommodating as they can be, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It just felt nice and homey despite the fact that they were working with a handicap. I would love to go back when everything is done and see how things change.

    5
    « What a great staff! »

Was looking for a new place to stay around the airport and decided to try this one. Glad I did. Hotel was in the process of renovation but could hardly tell. The desk staff, both night and morning, were so nice and helpful. Had room service from the restaurant for dinner as they were closed for dining but still provided room service- good food! Left before normal continental breakfast was served, so they provided a to-go brown bag at no cost. Apple, juice and granola bar- nice touch. I had one of the newly renovated rooms, and everything from the bed to amenities was really nice. I stay in this area quite often and will be back.

    4
    « Good Choice »

Certainly worth consideration if you are flying in or out of SeaTac. Good savings with a Costco membership. The lobby/breakfast area is under renovation so the temporary location it a bit tight during the morning rush, but was still a good experience. I would stay here again when in the area.

« Great service, updated accommodations, but ask specifically for accessibiltiy requirements. »

My husband and I are regulars here at the Executel Best Western. We started there because of its non-smoking policy, and have stayed for the service and convenience. The renovations are a bit of a growing pain (new carpet smell and some noise), but the new rooms are so very worth it! The new rooms are trendy and uncluttered and the beds are still super- comfy. This trip I was traveling with a friend who had limited mobility. Caveat: we were stuck in town when our flight cancelled, and so we booked at the last minute. They were so accommodating, and gave us their best rate. I asked for a room on the first floor for my friend, who I identified as having limited accessibility (I did not ask for a fully-accessible room, to be clear. I have learned now from this). The next day she confided to me that the lights were too dim for her to see well (she has beginning cataracts) and that she almost fell trying to turn on/ pull on the shower knob (mine, too, required a good bit of strength to pull on, and I am pretty strong). I suspect that if I had asked for a fully accessible room, these would not have been a concern. So, I learned from that, and I hope I can help other travelers learn that too. If you are traveling with someone who requires shower bars, easier shower handles, and brighter lighting, or anything, just be more specific than I was, and ask. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and take care of us, and we will continue to stay with them. Also- I ordered room service from the restaurant (since it is being renovated, they don't have sit-down, now, only room service), and it was a wonderful meal. No need to leave the hotel after a long day of delays!

    4
    « Good Breakfast »

My son and I booked room for layover in Seattle. Couldn't get heat/air adjusted enough to cool off room. Opened balcony door for a bit but then too noisy. Never had this problem when staying at this Best Western before. Another guest on shuttle to airport mentioned his room was also hot and stuffy and he slept with window open. Also first time I was aware that if we didn't take shuttle we told check-in clerk we thought we would take, we might not be allowed to take next shuttle because it might be full. As it turned out, several others booked on our shuttle had taken earlier shuttles and there was plenty of room for us, but at first we were told we would have to wait or call a taxi. Just something to be aware of.

    4
    « Overnight stay. »

Good proximity to the airport - I rented a car and had no problem getting to the hotel. Hotel was under going some renovations, but did not interfere with the running of the hotel. Breakfast was adequate, but small and very full with a tour group.

    « Comfortable stay »

I have stayed at this hotel several times based on convenience, cleanliness, comfort and value. Although the restaurant was closed for renovations I was able to order room service. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Airport noise is evident but the rooms are clean and comfortable and I will stay there again on my next visit to Seattle.

« Our first visit to Seattle »

Going through renovations at the time of stay. Good place to stay for the price, and the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel for those who don't want to spend a lot of money on lodging.

    « Great Value »

Stayed one night as part of a Sleep & Fly package, having learned enough lessons the hard way (missing flights due to rush hour traffic on I-5) that have prompted me to now stay close to Sea-Tac the night before a morning flight. This place works out well for affordable convenience. The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, but my room was in the portion that has been recently completed. It was clean and well appointed. The bathroom is very generous in size, the bed extremely comfortable, and for being in the backyard of an international airport, extremely quiet. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, and the airport shuttles that leave every 15 minutes could not be more convenient. I would happily stay here again to avoid the stress of commuting all the way to SeaTac for a morning flight.

« BW park and fly to Seatac so easy. »

Good to see the renovations underway for the restaurant area this trip, and the renovated and updated guest rooms. A great hotel to stay at before flying out of and when returning to Seatac. Great shuttle service to the airport.. Noted that the new light rail line will be operational soon closeby.

You'll enjoy this hotel if you coming in off a long night out of the airport.great amenties, great service, along with neat and clean internals. what you wont lke is the area as much. It is a low income area but, none the less you're there for a short time.

« Hotel close to the Airport »

We stayed there on two seperate occasions. The Hotel is in the midst of remodeling. But we had no trouble with no noise or other inconveniences. Manager and personnel very friendly. Rooms were clean and big enough. Shuttle to the Airport is a plus. 10 minutes from Seatac.

This is the best Hotel I have stayed in in the most recent History. I have stayed in a number of places. The rooms, Breakfast, hotel staff were awesome. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed and pillows they had at this Hotel. The breakfast was great and had a variety of items available. Highly recommend this Hotel.

    « Great Stay! »

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. We were new to the city/location and did not rent a vehicle. Management was superb. The moral of the staff was high and they actually seemed to enjoy working there. It made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the fruit basket. Made for a healthy snack! I also met a gentleman at the pool that has been staying at their hotel for over 10+ years now. Very family friendly.

    « Best value overall »

The room was spacious with all the amenities in good working order. The staff was very courteous and well trained. Extremely helpful with all my questions. This was my first time I stayed there but I would definitely stay there again. Excellent value and very convenient to the airport.

« Highly Recommend Good Place to Stay near Seatac »

I read reviews about renovation going on, and signs were posted apologizing for it, yet none was seen on a Monday afternoon. Their cafe was closed for the remodel, yet room service was available and it was very good and reasonably priced. They were also offering a free shuttle to restaurants! Free strong Wifi and lots of tv stations, including movies. Great centrally located (and safe) business center. The employees from the front desk to the shuttle driver were 100% friendly. 24 hour coffee available in lobby. The room was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located near the airport. It actually had a pretty good view. I was leaving before the free breakfast began, but they provided a sack breakfast! It seems they were going above and beyond due to renovations, that were not evident! I would recommend a stay here and will return my next Seattle visit. Actually for the comfort, breakfast and shuttle options, this may be the place to stay rather than staying in spendy downtown Seattle! Hopefully when the remodel is complete, the prices will not go up! It was VERY reasonable!

« Very nice for our quick stay and parking »

We only spent one short night and had to be at the airport early. It was a nice convenient place and the shuttle and parking were good. They guy at check-in upgraded our room, when he found out we were celebrating our anniversary. Very nice surprise.

    « Great staffs »

The staff is very warm and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and every time we passed by the front desk we always see a friendly face. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also great, not the "continental" pastry/donut type, but hot meal - scrambled egg, sausage, toast, plus other usual items. Really great for the price. I'd have given it a five stars if the exhaust fan was not making a higher pitch sound.

« Very Good Place to Stay... »

The hotel was basic, but very clean and offered everything you need. The fact that it includes a hot breakfast as well make the value very good. They also offer coffee in the lobby all day which is an added plus

    « on the road »

This a great hotel to stay at. The staff was very helpful . the restaurant was closed for renovations but you could still get room service is a plus. The room was very comfortable. The big plus was hot tub I got to use it my entire stay.

    3
    « Comfortable Room »

I stayed here for an overnight stopover in Seattle. My room was very nice, clean, comfortable and good Wi-Fi. The bed was excellent, so I slept very well. They also provide very good coffee in the room with a coffee maker. The hotel was undergoing renovation while I was there so outside my room, it was pretty rough and ready. Breakfast was in a make-shift room but included hot food. The airport shuttle was fine although the arrangements for all the courtesy shuttles to hotels and parking lots at Sea-Tac International Airport are not geared to pedestrians.

    « Beyond Expectation! »

This motel is currently undergoing renovation and I had the pleasure of staying in a newly-renovated room. It was modern, spacious and appointed with everything you'd expect in a higher-priced hotel. "Tom," at the front desk is like an old-world innkeeper, who welcomes everyone and goes out of his way to accommodate requests and anticipate needs. What a refreshing experience. One more thing: I had an early shuttle to the airport and they had breakfast-to-go waiting for me at the front desk. Above and beyond!!!!

    5
« Terrific first stop in unfamiliar area »

We were first time visitors to the Seattle area. Not knowing how long it would take to get a shuttle to rental agency and actually pick up the car, we wanted a location convenient to the airport. The Executel fit that description, but it was so much more! The staff was welcoming, courteous and very helpful. The people at the front desk went out of their way to answer questions and get information to help us on our trip. They didn't just help for that day, but provided maps and brochures that we used the entire 2 weeks of our visit. Our room was clean, spacious and fully met our needs. The wi-fi worked at a good speed, there were numerous electrical outlets to charge our devices, refrigerator and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was much better than we had expected, with numerous hot items, fresh fruit, and many choices. There was plenty of seating for all, no need to carry it back to our room or sit with strangers. The coffee was plentiful and very good! We were so satisfied that we returned to this hotel for the last night before our morning flight home.

« Ok not great - but being renovated »

Hotel is in midst of renovation, which it sorely needs. I was put in a room that was apparently already remodeled. When front desk told me that, I expected a much nicer room than what it is. The room was totally fine, but looked kind of cheap and chintzy. Other BW's definitely look nicer. Breakfast was fine overall. Fitness room is hopefully part of the renovation, because equipment is dated and falling apart. Pool and hot tub are large and quite nice, even though the space is very dated looking. Hot tub is HOT, which I appreciate. Lots of jet noise, but that is probably an issue at any of the airport hotels. All staff I interacted with were great - kudos to the team there. I didn't love it, but it's certainly more than adequate when flying in and out of SeaTac.

    4
« good even during renovation »

The staff was extremely helpful and I was impressed with their ability to maintain good service even during extensive renovations. The only negative comment would be, we were booked into a handicap assessable room. The doors were large and the bathroom was as well, but there were not grab bars either in the tub or by the toilet. the bed was comfortable but when asked for thinner pillows was told that what we had was all they had. Otherwise, we felt good about our stay(s). We stayed before our flight and when we returned. Good shuttle service and a paid parking area nearby.

    4
    « Friendly,helpful staff - near airport »

One night stay, restaurant closed for remodel but room service was available. Front desk staff at both check-in & check-out was very friendly and helpful as were the courtesy bus drivers. When remodel is complete the hotel will be better than before.

« Great place to stay near airport »

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early because my husband was ill. My son drove us to a nearby IHOP for dinner and the Safeway grocery store to get medicine for my husband. The beds were really comfortable and the pool area was great. It was easy to control the air/heat in the room and the TV worked well. I liked it that a complete list of channels was provided and room service was free since their restaurant was under construction.

    5
    « Great place!! »

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and the pool and game room were a big hit with the kids! It is convenient to the freeway and near Seatac. The breakfast was outstanding and well managed.

« Great location for overnight at the airport »

Economical and easy access with the shuttle to the airport. Clean, good breakfast and helpful staff. When the people in the room underneath me (151) opened and shut their door, it caused my bed to elevate and go back down. They must of been slamming the door down there because it was loud and scary.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. I just love this hotel ! Breakfast is great, hot breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruits, waffles and much more. They have a beautiful indoor pool, we did not have time to enjoy it though. Across the street is a Ihop restaurant. The easiest, closest and fastest choice for food if you are hungry for dinner or lunch... The hotel was very helpful and got us a shuttle to the cruise terminal for pretty cheap about 1/2 of the other prices I had gotten from other shuttle companies. I love this hotel as they have a Free pickup at the airport !! We recommend this hotel !!

    « Clean and Comfortable »

We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The check in process was easy. We were shown a layout of the building and shown the easiest access to our room. We were told about the restaurant being closed for renovation and the alternatives were explained. The wifi is free and the log in process was also explained. Very easy! There are free apples at the front desk and also free newspapers. Very nice touch. We went to our room and were pleased by spaciousness. We were on the ground floor and there was a sliding door to the courtyard which we could also use to get to the hot tub/pool. I could see this being a nice feature in the summer time. The room was well appointed and clean. There was a bar fridge, writing desk, comfortable sitting chair and of course a good size flat screen TV. On top of the bar fridge were 2 complementary bottles of water. These were re-provisioned each day. Again a very nice touch - many hotels charge for their bottled water. There was a coffee maker and the provisions were nearby. Everything was nicely appointed. On the writing desk was an information binder showing the restaurant menu which we could have used for room service. There was also a list of nearby restaurants which we could easily drive to. It seems like they are trying to provide a good bunch of alternatives while the renovation is being done. If I were traveling on business, I could see this as being a negative, but manageable. Since we were on a shopping trip, we happily tried two of the alternative restaurants with good results. The bed was nice, but any movement was communicated a little too much for my liking. The pillows were great! There was surprising little airplane noise considering how close we were to the airport. Staff were constantly happy to help when we had questions. Great attitude! The breakfast was included and turned out to be a great selection of hot and cold items. Eggs, sausage, pancakes and french toast were among the offerings when we were there. Also a selection of cereals, yogurt, fresh apples and oranges were available. Lots of coffee and tea were available. The food is being served in a meeting room while the restaurant is closed, so the seating is open on longer tables - community style. Food was constantly replenished. Very nice. The value for this accommodation was excellent. From the free wifi which worked flawlessly, to the apples and bottled water, these extra touches were wonderful. The breakfast also was an excellent addition for the price of the room. We enjoyed our stay!

    « Good Stay »

We have stayed at the Best Western Airport Executel on many occasions since 2002 when flying out of Sea-Tac. We have found the service excellent the rooms clean and the shuttle prompt. We find good value at the Blvd. restaurant. We would never consider staying any where else near Sea-Tac.

    « quiet, comfortable »

Continental breakfast turned out to be full breakfast with eggs, sausage/bacon, waffles/pancakes, etc. in addition to cold and hot cereal, bagels, english muffins, etc. Superior coffee, as in most of Seattle. Friendly and helpful staff. Did not know hotel was starting renovation during my stay but, as promised during my check-in, was completely unaware of it in my wing of the hotel. Would stay again.

    « Bad Experience »

Hotel is undergoing a remodel. No bar! Restaurant is also closed for renovation. WE were told that food service to the room was still available. We were not told until after we checked in on a Sunday night that there was no food service on Sundays ,despite calling the hotel earlier in the day and being told otherwise. Nearest walking restaurant is an IHOP 3 blocks away. I stayed at this hotel before when I had a car and specifically booked this hotel because of my previous stay. Hotel is over 2 miles from airport . There are better hotels closer to airport. I am a Diamond Best Western member.

Hotel was under re-model. Breakfast was terrible. Room were clean. The room had a frig but not microwave?! View form our room was of the containers that were for the re-model. Parking was very tight up in the front of hotel. The parking on the side of hotel was very poorly lit.

    « Quick Couple Nights »

Stayed for a couple nights. Was easy to get to airport and Seattle from hotel. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast had good options but hot food was a little dried out by 9:15am right before breakfast ends at 9:30am. Rooms have recently been updated. Soon the whole hotel will have updated rooms and cafe. Plenty of free parking and free internet.

« Do not waste Money here »

Stayed Oct 22, Hotel van is owned by an off airport parking lot and hotel guest are defiantly not the first priority. Hotel doesn't have a working elevator and Has not worked in several weeks according to the front Desk. Rooms were not well kept and had a unpleasant odor and made for a long long night

Hotel restaurant was under construction; which is not hotels fault. Rather dusty and loud, but did not affect our room, which was updated, clean and super comfortable! They even offered shuttle service to area restaurants for the inconvenience of the construction!

« No sleep night at Executel in Seattle »

Horrible night at the Executel. We were put in room 245, which has two queens as opposed to the room we reserved, a king. All night long, the machinery on the roof outside our window roared and cycled on and off loudly. The four or five vending machines outside our door buzzed and droned loudly as well. This stereo band was accompanied by the constant flow of traffic. Couldn't stand it any longer so went to "business center" to print boarding passes but internet was down. Finally asked to switch rooms and was accommodated. So at 1 am my husband and I schlepped all our luggage down the hall. Now only the ebb and flow of traffic accompanied our wakefulness. Had to take the 5:45 am shuttle to the airport. No need for a wake up call.

    3
    « Disappointment »

In short, placed a reservation for a king bed room a month in advanced. I called that morning of check in to confirm my reservation. "King Size" for 2 nights. Arrived and was told anything at the time of check in but they were overbooked and had to sleep in a double. The staff was unconcern with the complaint. Not a big deal but when I called and confirmed and at the time of checking not. Being told.....I am expecting a king and get a double. If I had known I would of made other arrangements. Just felt like I was taken advantage of.....

« Updating now but great location for airport travel »

We stayed at this hotel prior to flying out to Hilton Head. We stored the car for over two weeks with no problems. The motel is currently going through renovations. The restaurant was closed so the manager was shuttling guests to and from local restaurants - great service. There was a good offering of nutritious food for breakfast (which was included). We took the airport shuttle to and from the airport. The room was dated but clean and roomy. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The business center was top notch. This is a reasonably priced property with stay & park for storing your vehicle. We would recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again.

    1
    « HORRIBLE HOTEL »

HORRIBLE HOTEL! Smelt like sewer, rooms where DIRTY, the elevator didn't even work and the shuttle they have smelt like dirty feet and cigarettes. The restaurant had decent food, but not worth spending your money on it. Basically, Don't waste your money! NOT a happy customer and would NEVER go back.

  • 3
« Under renovation at time of stay »

Parts of the hotel inaccessible making the stay strained. The hotel is close to the airport (but the airplane noise was minimal) also close to car rental return that is off site from the airport. Easy shuttle service to airport.

    2
« Over priced for what you get. »

The staff is very helpful but the property is more of sn over priced two star. The alarms were set for the middle of the night in both rooms I stayed in. The breakfast lacked fruit. Had I paid $20 less I would have been happier with the experience.

    2
« Look elsewhere for quiet. »

Full disclosure, I booked a room here last minute with a hotels.com free night. I wish I had not, especially for $130. I would say this place is worth $50 a night max. My first room was the standard you see at a Best Western, except for the urine smell. At first it was an off odor, but about 20 minutes later I knew what it was, I called the front desk and asked if they had another room. They moved me right away, which was great. The second room didn't have smell. Very clean. Both rooms were facing the highway. The windows and sliding glass door looked very old, and did not provide much sound dampening like a modern double pane gas filled window with seals. It was loud all night long. The highway is the Pacific Hwy that goes to SeaTac. If you get a room on the road side, bring ear plugs. Also, the doors going into the hallway let in a lot of sound. There was a family 2 doors away that had two rooms, and they were back and fourth. You could hear everything, even the normal conversations they were having with the doors opens. Like the other review said, great family hotel. I wouldn't recommend it if you like sleep. I want to leave on a positive note, the staff were great. I really appreciated that. They also mentioned the rooms were getting renovated soon, hopefully it gets better.

    3
    « Basic hotel - Run down »

The hotel is being renovated and that's a good thing. Right now it's like a timewarp with outdated decor, a rundown elevator, old furniture and scary looking hallways and stairwells. All of the parking spots were full except one when we arrived yet the hotel said a lot of the rooms are closed off due to renovations. I hope they add additional parking. Tip: Park under the awning when checking in because the lot of all the way behind the hotel and you'll have to drag your suitcases to the entrance since the other doors require a key card to enter.

    5
« Dependable Service and Comfort »

Finally joined Best Western Rewards because it's the place I prefer to stay when over nighting in Seattle on my way farther south. Has good shuttle service, a great breakfast, is clean, reasonably priced, good staff and has a refrigerator. And, I always remember how caring the staff was about 4 years ago when I had family with me for a wedding. My 3 year old granddaughter got sick everywhere and they were so kind and not mad about the mess. Sent a container with us on the road in case she got sick again. They really cared about her.

« Would recommend staying here but they just started large renovation job! »

We actually stayed here at the beginning and the end of our trip. Its very close to the airport and offers shuttle service to airport. Staff very friendly. We stayed only 1 night the first time. They have a restaurant, but food is very limited, but they had a list of restaurants they recommend that are close by. We took them up on that recommendation and went to Salty's on Relando beach...awesome place. The room had 1 queen bed (which we had booked for both stays) and it seems a bit tight, so we asked if we could have a King for our second part of our stay, which they gladly upgraded us at no additional charge. Both rooms were clean and well appointed. It seems to be a trend for hotels (and cruise lines) to go to the dispensers in the shower that have the bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I don't care for this so bring my own shampoo and bath soaps now. The did offer 2 complementary bottles of water each day in our room. Really nice touch. Their free breakfast was better than most. Offered make your own waffles, and waffle pancakes. Scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, sausage links, toast, instant oat meal, coffee, hot tea, yogart, juice, milk, cereal, apples, oranges, bananas, etc). Nice clean breakfast area which doubles for their restaurant and bar in the evenings. When we checked in the first part, all was fine. When we checked in for a second stay few days later, there was a sign stating they were beginning a large renovation starting the next day (no mention of this when we were there the first part). Next day as stated, renovations began on our floor (2nd). They actually started renovating rooms and carpets. There were workmen actually staying in the hotel too. It was difficult to get to our room that evening while they had their equipment in the hallway by the elevator. Never bothered by noise due to work during day and heard no noise during night. I do wish they had not booked us on the floor they were working on though! I did read they expect renovations to continue for sometime (months). Apparently its a complete inside and outside renovation. You might want to call and ask about renovations before booking

« The best family hotel ever! »

We stayed as a family, but there are many things about this place that are good for a business trip, too. We stayed overnight in Sea-Tac to ensure we would make our early morning plane. Because this hotel is so kid friendly, we made sure to come early so that we could take advantage of the game room. They had foo's ball, ping pong, air hockey and shuffleboard. After dinner, we used the pool. They always had fresh apples at the desk and had breakfast bags to go for those of us with extra early flights leaving before their breakfast room opened. There is also affordable parking right behind their lot called aeroparking.com. We prepaid for our parking and was very satisfied with the security of the parking. The staff were very courteous and we will definitely be staying there again.

We were on our way overseas and stayed at the Best Western Executel for one night on our way there and one night on our way back. The location is convenient, the staff is pleasant and helpful and we were able to make use of the hotel to airport shuttle. I'm very pleased with our choice.

« A good place to stay near airport »

We stayed her early September. We arrived early just after noon and they had a room ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice size and bright. Great mattress. It was nice having the bottled water (2) in the room. The breakfast was good. Besides the typical breakfast, they had a neat toast bar. They have a small restaurant on sight which opens at 5 for dinner. The menu is limited but nice. Drinks from bar also available. Saves running out to eat. We planned to leave our car while we were abroad the ship and the lot was right next to the hotel which made it so easy. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. The service was very good also. We did use the car lot shuttle not the hotel shuttle. We had a lovely garden view. Not bad for a busy area. We didn't use the pool but did see it. It was very clean looking and inviting. They also had several games for the younger people. A good set up for a family to have fun. I think this was one of my favorite Best Westerns we stayed at.

Hotel is consistent with Best Western brand and better than their average. Management is renovating hotel and the new rooms meet modern standards. Airport and light rail shuttle with friendly drivers. Room was clean and bathroom very clean.

« Excellent accomodation close to SeaTac airport. »

I stayed here for 1 night in September 2015. The room was clean and with fairly new furniture. The bathroom was clean and in a very good condition. The breakfast that is included in the price is excellent. There is a constant low noise from the aircrafts taking off from SeaTac airport but it is not to bad. The frequent shuttle to and from the airport runs without any problems. Remember to lock the door when you are in the room. If you don't the room maids will walk in to the room without knocking on the door first. Not so great when you are standing in the shower.

« Hard to find a more accommodating hotel »

I was the leader of a tour group that flew into Sea Tac Airport and lodged at this facility both at the beginning and at the end of our tour Airport pick up was prompt and efficient for our group of 39 seniors, Check in was prompt and smoothly carried out. Everyone in the group was pleased with their rooms. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. Since the restaurant on the premises could not handle a group as large as ours the management shuttled us to a nearby restaurant that could handle our group. The breakfast is more than adequate. On the return we were shuttled to the airport (about 2 miles away) at 4 am. That too worked smoothly. Since breakfast was not ready at the hotel they provide a "goody" bag with portable breakfast items. A good stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here before departing on a cruise. Even though we only stayed one night, we were impressed by the large, comfortable room, great breakfast and helpful service. Although we had checked out, the staff arranged a shuttle to the train station so that we could get into town to sight see. I was thoroughly impressed.
