« Home Away from Home »

I stay here frequently because the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They have become like family. The breakfast has a wide selection and Brenda does a great job preparing it for us. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a very good value.

« Nice hotel in a great location »

Stay one night, and I normally stay at Best Western due to getting airline miles. This had to be the best and friendliest Best Western I've ever stayed at! From Jose at the front desk at check-in/out, to the housekeeping staff, to the breakfast attendants! The staff was incredibly friendly & genuinely thoughtful & helpful. The location was great too, lots of restaurants near by, a grocery store across the street for necessities if needed. Will definitely stay here for all my visits to San Antonio.

« Reasonable, Comfy and Convenient! »

This is the third year in a row we have stayed here! Pick the 3rd floor. Zero noise from traffic or other guests. OK breakfast. Great service. Plenty of pillows. Love that they installed extra electrical outlets on the side of the desk and the night stand! We couldn't get our Roku to work but didn't ask for help either. Across the street, Pasha is a great Mediterrean restaurant. Papouli's Greek Grill is also great and not far.

    « Beautiful Rooms »

I stayed here from 11/5/16-11/7/16 and can only offer glowing recommendations of this hotel. The rooms were very well furnished and they all had plenty of room. The extra bonus was the recliner in every room. Everything about the hotel seemed brand new or just renovated and the location puts it right on the highway and very easily accessible. There are numerous within quick walking distance. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding. Each member of the staff I had contact with proved them to be real professionals and always pleasant. To reach far for something to criticize I would have wished that the outdoor pool was heated. All in all a perfect spot to lay your head, exceptionally clean, well-appointed rooms, and a great staff.

    « Excellent Stay. »

Overall our stay at this property was Very Good. The hotel had a good appearance, lobby was nice and check in was quick and staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean, in my first room I noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling. Front desk staff was courteous and understanding and quickly moved us to another room. the next room was clean, comfortable and provided a much needed good nights rest. Would definitely recommend!

    « A good nights sleep »

My room was very clean. Good hot daily breakfast. Very comfy beds with lots of pillows. After a long day of conference meetings I looked forward unwinding and getting a good nights sleep. A very enjoyable stay.

    « San Antonio stay »

Front desk friendly and helpful. Although our stay was for one night, our experience was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was clean and food was good and had a variety of items.

    « Most caring - Medical needs »

This hotel offers medical rates and special attention to my medical needs. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor. The know me by name and do everything they can to insure me and my family have a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    « our trip »

outstanding hotel, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, only problem is traffic arriving to hotel was at rush hour and the location of hotel is on a main street, otherwise a great place to stay with several restaurants within walking distance - half a block

    « could be better »

We normally like staying at Best Western but this time our room was less than desirable, The room smelled quite musty and by the sides of the bed it looks like someone fot sick and the cleaning crew did not steam clean very well because it smelled like someone got sick. we could not see anything but we sprayed a ton of Lysol and went to sleep we had only had a few hours sleep due to family emergency.

« Great place to stay in NW San Antonio »

Very convenient stop over point if you are flying into San Antonio and then heading to the Hill Country. Friendly staff, pleasant environment and several reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Close to airport and IH-10 W.

    « Good Place »

Suited my needs, caring and helpful staff, everyone took care of any problems immediately. I thank everyone on site for their diligence and hard work. If I need housing in the future you will be in my plans.

« Nice place, Very good location, but a little difficult to get to if you're not coming from the freeway. »

Great location, convenient to the freeway, shopping, restaurants and South Texas Medical Center. I must stress the location is great. Check in was quick and easy, Staff cheerful and competent. elevator was quick, room was large and clean, Room and linens smelled fresh. Box spring was a little noisy, but otherwise, the room was very good. Breakfast, typical hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc... Staff was very good at keeping everything fresh and stocked there was a constant staff presence in the dining room to ensure customers had what they needed; I really appreciated that. Entrance to the hotel is easy if you're coming from the freeway or the feeder road, however, it's not so easy if you're coming from the opposite direction on Wurzbach. There is no left turn into the parking lot, the median blocks your way. I advise making a left turn at the light on Bluemel and going around the hotel and enter through the Drury Inn which shares the parking lot with this property. Value was excellent and the location is great. I would stay here again if in the area, I recommend this hotel for families, couples, business, pleasure or convenience to medical center.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. They seemed organized and cusotmer oriented. Very close to the airport and they provide a shuttle. Lots of EMS traffic. AC worked a little too well, but we were glad we had it.

    « San Antonio Hotel »

We really like staying in Best Western Hotels because the nightly rate is very good. The breakfast typically is pretty good and that is a perk for saving money. We travel alot and like to save money, so we are a best western rewards member. that helps.

« Would stay here again. Clean and a bargain! »

Nice staff, clean rooms, plenty of parking.and a bargain compared to other area hotels. Pretty close to the airport but a little hard to find. Great full hot breakfast. There is not much to look at in terms of view, great for flying in or out of the area. We would stay here again.

    « Awesome. »

The check in was easy. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. The pool was small but clean. Breakfast was nice and organized. There were plenty of options as well. I would recommend over and over again!

« Best Western Plus SA, Tx »

Pros: The staff was very staff, and the rooms were clean. Cons: Only three "large" rooms and no suites in the hotel. Not enough parking. Had to park more than a block away each time we returned to the hotel.

    « Secure Client »

Always a comfortable stay at this hotel. The full hot breakfast is great and all the staff is so courteous. Rooms are very clean. The location of the hotel is central to many popular restaurants and entertainment is right down the road. Coffee is always available in lobby. Room is spacious and the beds are reasonably comfortable. The recliner is an unexpected touch. Feels like home almost.

« Nice clean hotel and close to Medical Center »

Very nice large rooms and great customer service. However the bed was uncomfortable and I found it hard. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage and very courteous and helpful staff. Location is great to other restaurants, HEB and the medical center area. We were up there for medical appointments.

    « **Always a great stay** »

My family and I had a great stay as usual while visiting Fiesta Texas. Room was very clean and breakfast was a plus! Night auditor, Richard was very knowledgeable of the area and provided great hospitality during our stay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

    « Not Happy »

Stayed at the Best western in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Thought this one would be as good if not better, I was so wrong. Room smelled like mildew, A/C sounded like a jackhammer...loved the one in NM, hated this one

    « Nice Stay »

This hotel was a decent stay for the price. While it is little ways away from the hustle of downtown, it still allows easy access to the sights of San Antonio. The rooms are perfect for a family and the breakfast is hot and the perfect way to start a day. We loved the pool and the fact it actually had a laundry facility. When traveling with kids, this is a big help.

    « Good value »

We had a really good experience staying here. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the room was clean. My only complaint is that we had ants in the room when we had food on the side table between the two beds. The hotel also didn't seem to be in the greatest part of town, but we made sure we brought all of our belongings inside overnight and didn't venture outside after dark and we didn't have any problems. After a certain time, getting inside the hotel also requires a room key. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    « Pleasant stay »

This was a nice hotel in a busy part of town. Our room was large and well set up. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated having several restaurants within walking distance to go to. We chose Pasha, which was excellent.

    « It was a nice stay »

The staff cared and the room was clean! I wish the linen was ironed because the bed looks and feels better! The breakfast was good. Coffee all day is nice! Location is excellent, close to the airport! It was also nice to have variety of restaurants around!

    « alamo »

went to see the alamo nice to see were the texecans and mexicans were; the river walk boat trip was good/but whould go in day /not at night as we did. the hotel was v/goog. the shoping in the river walk also good.

« Great stay - very nice accomodations »

I stay here when I'm getting medical procedures done. I come at least once per month and usually stay 2 nights. IT's just a few block from the medical building I go to and it's located near some great restaurants. Pasha and the WoodFire Grill are scrumtious! Aldo's Italian Restaurant is phenominal, but a little pricey

    « Enjoyable »

Felt very comfortable and taken care of. We have to come to San Antonio for Medical reasons and this is a great experience in helping us relax. Helped relieve some of the stress. The pool area was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the evening breese.

    « Great Meeting Hotel »

Friendly desk staff, rooms looked good, breakfast service very good. Pool appeared to be kept up but didn't have time to jump in or use the gym. Very close to the Medical Center and easy to access from Interstate 10 at Wurzbach. Lots of eating places close by and my San Antonio friends were able to meet me in the lobby.

    « We'll be back »

Very easy to get to from freeway and close to medical facilities, shopping and attractions, Rooms always very clean, well supplied and welcoming, great breakfasts to start the day off right. Friendly Helpful staff

    « Fire alarm nightmare! »

Our family returned yesterday after a 3 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the people were nice. BUT...2 of the 3 nights that we were there the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (1am and 2am). We were told that this had to do with the power going off due to the storms. I understand that the storms are not within the control of the hotel but there has to be something that can be done to prevent the fire alarm from going off every time it happens! It was loud and it was scary! Sorry to say, but I definitely would not stay here again. No apologies from management either!

    « Excellent!! »

Excellent Property, very clean large rooms, great location, ample parking, & an extremely great value!! Jose S. couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating when checking me in. Highly recommend!! A+++++

    « good review »

I like to recomend this hotel I used this hotel many times every three weeks and I like that the staff is very helpful with my needs and my family they go all the way to please you and the enviroment it is very friendly, and clean the rooms are clean the linen smell clean the rug very fluffy

    « Disappointing »

I expected more from this hotel. After checking in I found numerous things on the carpet which also could use a good cleaning. The bathroom was clean but there were 2 Kleenex in the box when I checked in and paper cups were not enough for one person. The next day they did not replenish the coffee or these items so I wrote a note and put them on the bed. They did replenish that evening. The breakfast was edible but lacking in fruit. The last 2 mornings there were bananas but before that only apples - nothing to put on cereal.

« Best Western medical center »

The staff at best Western medical center wurbuch is the best they make my stay a pleasurable experience, as I go every three months to receive chemo at a local hospital they are extremely friendly and seem to remember me I am always given the medical rate which makes my trip easier, thank y'all for being so nice and the rooms are extremely clean always a pleasure staying with y'all

    « Sprinkle »

Ov erall very nice - quiet and pretty clean although when I awoke, I had severl large bug bites on my legs and back. since I wasn't running around in the grass or anything , I'm not sure where they came from - the guy at the front desk was very nice when I brought this up.

    « Great hotel »

I will stay again in this place, it is a Great hotel, everything is nice and clean. the location was good for us. Front desk very friendly . Good breakfast. Kind gentleman in the kitchen. Clean. Good price.

    « Awesome Staff »

Check in to a spotless room, best staff and when you come back from the days activities, you are greeted at the desk and asked how your day was. Breakfast is special and always tasty. Easy access to I-10 and many places to eat.

« Comfortable, Clean and Convenient »

This hotel is located very conveniently near the Medical Center, USAA and lots of great places to eat. The breakfast was very good, well stocked with eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, cereals, fruit, etc. Room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Internet functioned well. About the only minor complaint was that the parking lot was shared with the Doubletree next door, and while we found adequate parking, I imagine it could be a problem if there were some type of competition or large convention in town.

« Good location, Clean & Comfortable Rooms »

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as we came through San Antonio and stopped to visit with long time friends. The hotel is nicely updated and the rooms are clean and quite comfortable. We were told there was a group of older teens coming to check in and stay on the same floor our room was located but he assured us there would be no noise, and he was right!! Nice to be proactive with possible issues! We would definetly consider staying here again if we are in San Antonio. Thanks!!

« Good place to stay »

Room was very clean. A/C was a little off, never quite cooled the room. Breakfast bar was clean, good quality and well managed. Desk staff warmly greeted me on arrival were very friendly on departure.

« What could go wrong tonight? »

The title of this post was the theme of our vacation. This is not something you want to consider every time you leave the hotel. The first night we get there around 11pm not too late but the front desk guy just wants to get us in as fast as possible which is normally great but when you are not efficient it sort of defeats the whole purpose. I gave him 2 rewards cards(they are like gift cards) that he overlooked and when asked said he did not know how to do it. I also gave him my credit card since most hotels you have to present the credit card. He says everything is great got the keys to our rooms and walk into a dirty room. They did clean it I guess but their were all kinds of nastiness in the bathroom. I will not go into detail due to the grossness of the issue but lets just say the bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet was dirty. We then called the front desk and he switched rooms right down the way. During this process the front desk asks for my credit card since he just looked at it and did not swipe it or enter it. Once we settled in we skipped breakfast the first morning since we were not convinced that the hotel was clean enough. The next night the smoke alarm went off at 2am stating that the batteries were low. I had to call the front desk and they had to change the batteries and reset it the alarm which set it off and waking 3 kids up in the process. 15 min later it went off again for low batteries. The front desk said they had a bad batch of batteries sent a couple of weeks ago so they had to come back up and reset it again and set the alarm off once again. She then left me batteries in the room just in case those did not work. After all of this chaos we finally went to sleep about 5am. The front desk said the Manager would discount the room due to the inconvenience. Well he gave me 33 dollar discount. I am not sure if they want to take care of their guest or just slap them in the face with this discount. I told the Front desk supervisor and she then handled the situation very professionally. Also the parking in for this hotel is not the best. It is free but you have to circle the parking lot for hours to find a spot. They share the parking lot with another huge hotel and there are not enough spots when they are both busy.

« Our Stay in San Antonio »

We originally booked 2 nights here, but had to leave after only 1 night. There were no service charges. We had a little dog with us, we were able to be accommodated without a problem. The room was very nice, good pillows. The breakfast was what you would expect--eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, waffles, coffee juices. The computer in the business was terrible. The touch on the keyboard was extremely hard.

« Helpful staff make San Antonio trip a fun time. »

I made reservations through the corporate website but failed to indicate that first floor rooms were necessary (handicapping conditions made stairs very difficult for two people in our party -- in separate rooms). The desk clerk was so very accommodating. She performed her magic, and we were all quartered on the first floor. She even found us a cab driver when the Uber app wouldn't work on my sister's iPhone. Everything we needed was provided. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful. The only irritation with the room was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. Hence the four stars rather than five.

    « Decent Inn »

The reception guy was polite and helpful. He gave us the room we wanted. The room was quiet. The location was ok, We needed a quiet place for staying a night and it worked. The breakfast was acceptable.

    « Consistent excellence! »

I look forward to staying at this hotel every time we have a medical appointment and have to stay overnight. The staff here is extremely professional, from the housekeeping, janitorial, check-in clerks, and the dining room assistants.

    « Location »

Completely satisfied with this property, and the staff. The location of the motel fit my needs, and everything I needed as far as resturants, gas, and other shopping, was all within two miles. Property located next to major inter state, and it made it easy to get to your distanation in a timly matter.

    « Not a Best Western Plus »

We have stayed at many BW Plus hotels, in fact this was actually a free stay using some of the points we accumulated by staying in many Best Westerns. I don't know why this is deemed a Plus hotel as it was very, very basic. Used soaps in both the bathtub and sink. Our room tub and sink drains were clogged and very slow to drain, the walls were paper thin and we had to listen to a semi-truck idle most of the night outside our window. Surprised at how loud it was. No eggs for the breakfast. Soda machines only had Pepsi or Mountain Dew products. A better variety would be nice like sprite or sierra mist, root beer, etc, something without caffeine. Nice basic hotel but definitely not what we see as a BW Plus. Would not stay here again. Sorry.

    « Medical »

Hotel staff is very courteous and accommodating. Housekeeping could have been better. But overall my trips to San Antonio have always been pleasant, this location is great for anyone who has family in the Methodist Hospital. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the staff. You can have maintenance problems in any hotel, but the key is the cooperation in the staff to make your stay pleasurable. And that is what they do at the Best Western Posada Ana Medical Center in San Antonio.

    « Clean and Enjoyable »

This is one of the best Best Western's I have stayed. I have to say, this one is quite clean, quiet, and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and gracious. They went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again.

« Not bad, but not great. »

Stayed here the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, so you may have better luck than I did. Arrived around 10 or 11PM, and front staff was ok but disinterested. Gave me a key to a room that had not been cleaned after the last stay. Next room I was given was across from the elevators; when I mentioned that I'd prefer a quiet room, I was told "don't worry, there aren't many people staying here tonight". Unfortunately, that didn't keep the people who were there from being loud getting on and off the elevator. Room had the expected amenities, all in fine working order. Bathroom was slightly dirty, obviously cleaned but missing spots like hairs on the tub walls. Had a better experience the next morning; breakfast was decent and staff very helpful in the morning. Breakfast staff was courteous and front desk staff respectful and helpful with checking out. I'd be willing to give them another try giving the timing of my stay, but with the abundance of other places to stay nearby I likely won't.

    « Clean and Comfortable »

This is a perfect place to stay at a reasonable price and easy access to highways. Very clean and inviting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Anything that needs attention is taken care of immediately. Included is a full breakfast offered each morning and hot coffee is always available in the lobby. Our stay was most enjoyable.

    « Comfortable and Reasonable! »

Stayed here for second time. Very, very clean. Staff friendly and helpful! Convenient location just off I-10 on Wurzbach. This motel is well kept. Our small fridge wasn't cooling. Prompt response from maintenance! Quickly got a new one.

« Suprised but had a GREAT STAY! »

I was a lot nervous booking this hotel but need a PET Friendly place that was close to my mother's and not too expensive as I was in town throwing her a surprise dinner party for her closest 20 friends (me picking up the tab) and taking her on an all-expense paid trip of her choice so I had to watch my money. Most of the reviews were bad but like most things, I went with my gut. I was having a special family portrait painted for mom so I went straight from car rental place to where the painting was being done. It took longer than expected which meant late check-in so I called and spoke to Katherine, she was very pleasant and I was told "no problem". I got to the hotel around 7pm, Katherine was at the desk, very nice, efficient and check-in was easy. Got to my room (201) and yes, it's on the older side but didn't see any roaches or other bugs of any kind my entire trip. The room was clean, no smells, stains on carpet or sheets (did find one on a hand towel, but was very small) and the room was a comfortable temperature and large! It had a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a great hair dryer and good wifi ? password is given at check-in. I thought the bed was very comfortable, didn't find any stray hairs or stains. Good water pressure and plenty of hot and cold water...just no bathroom fan, but a lot of places don't have those. The elevator worked well, complementary coffee 24/7 in the lobby and several snack and beverage machines --that worked (no Coke, just Pepsi products (boo)) I found the breakfast very good, there were eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, biscuits, toast, yogurt, waffles, dry cereal, orange juice, and I'm sure I'm missing lots but I was very happy with what they had to offer. The location is PERFECT for getting downtown or anywhere really; you are right off the highway, which you don't hear at night in the room btw, it was very quiet. I know one of the other reviewers said the area is dicey, I don't know what they are used to, but to me, it was a normal city night time feel. I was traveling alone with my dog (Pomeranian) and never felt uneasy or nervous about my surroundings. The only thing lacking was a proper dog area, I had to walk my dog along some grassy areas that had random trash and other food along the ground, it wasn't "trashy" I just had to watch out he didn't eat something he shouldn't... but that was my only complaint...if I had to think of one. I didn't ask, because I didn't need it this time, but last time I traveled with both my dogs and I stayed in a 5 star hotel that offered dog walking. We were showing people around and had specific tourist destinations booked for the day and couldn't bring the dogs (churches, museums) so that service was perfect and would be the only thing keeping me from booking this hotel again-- if I thought I would need that service. I was very happy with my stay and will stay here again...especially if they offered dog walking as a service. I originally booked my stay with Jose who was very pleasant but told me there was a charge of $10 per pet per stay, when I got to the front desk to check in, Katherine told me NO, their policy is $10 per day but Katherine honored the quote without debate and I was very happy. Check-out was a breeze as well. If you don't require modern furnishings, don't hesitate.

    « Close to Airport »

Stayed here last weekend while on course. The staff are uber-friendly, the rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. Early morning breakfast is hearty and the smiles are free. Friendly restaurants, and a watering hole, just down the block. Best to rent a car, rather than cab, if you are headed downtown and back daily - $50 round trip.

« Great staff, great location, reasonable rate »

My great grandson was going to be born at a nearby medical facility, but his mother had several false delivery alarms until he was finally born. I had to change my reservations several times and the staff was understanding, caring and worked hard to meet my fluid accommodations. The rooms were nice, clean and quite....a very positive experience overall!!!

« Hotel Wurzbach San Antonio »

The Hotel is very old, and the night is a night mare around the place just in case if you need to outside for something. the rooms its fine, if you stay the night with your family am not recommended the hotel.

    « ROACHES!!!!!! »

If you like roaches, stay at this motel, not to mention the smell. We had two roaches in our tub in the morning and killed three on our bed. The room had a musky smell. i just felt it could be cleaner. reported to clerk at front desk and he laughed and said they come {roaches} out when it rains. No i'm sorry for your experience or anything. won't go there again.

« Great staff horrible room »

This hotel needs a complete makeover inside the rooms stink like hampster cage and cigarettes the beds are old and hard as a rock the elevator takes u to whatever floor it feels like and stops at every single floor on the way down from the top also the air conditioning thermostat was in off position but kept cutting on an off we tried to turn the heater on and it was as if someone set fire to 10 cats it was breath taking we had to air out room to be able to breath and the shower head barley even puts out any water I can spit out more then what the shower head produced the tvs are little bitty could hardly see them from the bed the chair recliner was from the early 90s and very uncomfortable I didn't complain to staff because it was so late by the time we got in from popping fireworks we literally only had 4 hours before checkout so we just toughed it out and I was so pissed I didn't wanna be rude to the nice staff after they were so helpful to us as far as pointing us to the places to go do what we were wanting to do but this by far was one of the worst best westerns I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in 100s of best westerns all over the country.

« Great for a weekend stay - No lift »

The hotel is great fro a weekend stay. Offers a great location for shopping, business and travel. It is located very near the airport. The rooms have the usual USA hotel layout , beds are comfy and rooms have a fridge and microwave, which we found really helpful It has an outdoor pool and a lounge area which is used as waiting area and for breakfast. The staff is friendly , however not available or not at reception sometimes, so you have to wait until they appear. One way to get their attention is to go inside the little shop (next to the reception), as it is alarmed, so entering makes the alarm go off and they make their way to you. **Downsides: the hotel has no lift, so taking heavy suitcases or luggage to the first level will be difficult. Although, there are not many stairs from the ground floor to the first level. The complementary breakfast time is very limited, they close it at 9.30 am. on weekdays, which is annoying and unfair.

« Nice staff, dirty room »

Staff was pleasant, particularly the front desk staff, but the room was never cleaned. There was an issue with the shower and it sprayed all over the floor. My daughter used towels to clean up the mess and the towels were not taken or replaced by the cleaning staff the following day. Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

    « Good Place »

Hotel was well-located for our purposes. Great selection of restaurants nearby as well as other retail stores. Staff extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Very good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi and amenities. Only criticism, we were not informed there would be no maid service on Xmas day. Not a problem, but it would have been helpful to know before.

    « Adequate facilities -- great staff »

I was staying over the Christmas holiday visiting in San Antonio for four days near the Medical Center and tried out the Best Western Plus Posada Ana Inn there. Everything was clean and working, but the hallways and rooms smelled musty. The fixtures and furniture could use an update. The hot water was hot and the pressure pretty good in the shower, but the shower head adjustments never got very strong. But the service was great. The desk clerk was genuinely friendly and helpful (and not a teenager) and the attendant at the breakfast was great. The "hot breakfast" was nice -- but really continental plus scrambled eggs, sausage patties and biscuits and gravy in chafing dishes.

    « Great Stay! »

Staff were excellent representatives and accomodations were excellent representation of this terrific hotel chain. Being near the Medical Center and next to an Interstate highway, I was concerned about wailing sirens and traffic noises all night, but all was quiet and got a really good night's sleep. The chef was friendly at breakfast and had prepared a really good and filling breakfast. Everything appeared extra clean, in the room and in the breakfast room. The evening manager is the only other person with whom I had any contact, but saw her every evening. She allowed a few of my visitors and me to watch the TV in the breakfast room, as my room was not big enough for us all. We watched our favorite college football team be victorious together thanks to her generosity.

« Good place to stay »

Great staff. Good location, close to everything. I enjoyed going to Hill Country Pawn and Bill Miller's BBQ for the bucket of iced tea. HEB has was really close and the Terragon Chicken salad was excellent.

    « Weekend get away. »

We spent a weekend here over Halloween. The hotel will impress you with how clean it is. They spend a lot of time with housekeeping. Our bathroom, beds and carpeting were all very well kept. The bathroom was also fully stocked with soaps, shampoo and clean towels. The breakfast available included sausage patties, eggs, diy waffles, four cereals, bagels, toast instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee milk, juices, tea, coco, etc. Plenty of room, for guests to eat also. We were always greeted by every staff member that we saw. Also, the fellow working the breakfast area was very outgoing and helpful. Congrats to the management on a well ran hotel. It shows that they know what they are doing. There is also plenty of parking for guests.

« Best Western Motels are awesomw »

I really like using Best Western Hotels, no matter where I travel. The one on Wurzbach and I-10 is a very convenient location for the medical center for Dr. appointments, as well as different foods close by!

Every detail at this property throughout my entire stay,From cleanliness on the exterior and interior was 100%, Impeccable housekeeping, 100% service and treatment by each and every employee but most importantly a manager who runs his property at the absolute top of his game, Proven by the fact that each and every employee have worked here together for years, And all are team players clearly making the complexity of operating a hotel almost seamless almost simple and easy though we know the reality makes this almost impossible. Brendan Clearly is the reason and I believe deserves further recognition. But again this is a wonderful property in a great central location and I suggest staying here if you are ever in the San Antonio area. 100%

    « Cleanest motel »

I stay in motel rooms over 100 nights each year, so when I single one out for being the cleanest it really means something. And the Posada Ana Inn in San Antonio is a stand-out. Everything seems to be well maintained as well. The breakfast was on the plus side of typical. The room was larger than usual. This motel is very handy to the medical area.

    « Average at best »

Old, lumpy, uncomfortable bedding. I looked under the sheets to see why and I assume the mattress was a factory second. It had a large "x" down in indelible marker over the label. It certainly felt like it. Noisy a/c. Also, the price was low and the area convenient for travel. So,all in all, average.

    « Average budget Hotel »

stayed just one night, the free breakfast was actually really good. everything seemed fresh, and there was plenty, and also enough tables to seat. the room was smelly, and the beds were ok. everything we used in the room was clean and functional, and that sums up our stay at this hotel.

    « Very pleasant stay! »

Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The beds were a little soft for my liking, but okay. The hotel is clean and inviting, the staff very friendly! Free breakfast was okay, nothing to right home about...but had enough to choose from. Our room was by an exit door, so it was occasionally noisy, but nothing horrible. The hotel has a doggie bathroom area, and supplied poop bags. I enjoyed my 2 night stay here and would recommend this hotel.

    « San Antonio - Medical Center »

Good location. Hotel is tired and needs renovation. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs improvement. Unfortunately, company never reads surveys. Best Western web site is hard to use. Call direct.

« An enjoyable place to sray »

Good value for the money. Rooms were recently updated and very clean; the beds comfortable; no noise at night from your fellow travelers. Even though its not close to the Riverwalk or downtown (about 20 mins) the $ you'll save each night and overall quality makes it worth the drive - and you will also appreciated he free parking. Easy to find right off the highway Breakfast was better than expected; with mounds of crispy bacon...the pool small but clean and hot tub was a nice place to relax
