Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

Customer service will help you get a room when you needed it. They don't say no right away, unlike other hotels. They endeavor to find other ways to help you. We were denied our reservation at another hotel and it was 3 am. My family and I had nowhere to sleep. We checked all the other hotels in the area. They just flatly said we have to wait for the morning check in, at 10 am. I called Nest Western customer service. That kind lady helped us the best she could. She was able to connect us to the front desk to let us check in early, around 4, so we can finally rest after a long drive.

Our Flight was delayed so we arrived late but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was great and they kept if filled up for people. I let my kids swim in the morning and accidently left their suits in the dryer when we left for the airport. Housekeeping gathered them up and the shuttle driver brought them to me at the airport. It was very appreciated. I wish we had been able to spend more time there.

Stayed here after flight was canceled. Everything was good from room, front desk, breakfast and shuttle. There are some restaurants and convivence store within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we need a room by airport.

This hotel is a very clean and well maintained location. Easy access from and to freeway. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend and stay here again when traveling through Utah. Highly recommend!

Pleasant Surprise during forced overnight due to delay at SLC airport. Very comfortable, excellent service, clean, great shower, bed & breakfast! Room well equipped and window even opened! Ac unit quiet and upgraded with wall thermostat. Pillows were just right. We found good Indian restaurant just a block away. Free shuttle to airport! Old building but well maintained and managed. Would definitely stay again!

The stay was comfortable and rooms were quite. It was near airport. The room temperature setting was not as responsive as we needed. breakfast was standard, needed more options and variety. Area is good and quite.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the location is good, other hotels in the area. Hotel was quiet. The shuttle was on time. rooms were comfortable and clean. They have a morning breakfast. There are a few restaurants next door Perkins and Marriptt Courtyard.

Throughout my entire ten day road trip, this hotel was the only hotel with truly comfortable beds. The price was also excellent, and we loved the pool and spa. Thank you Best Western. Whenever we're in the area, this is the hotel we sill stay at.

They currently are having major construction on their roof. We were on the second floor of the three floor building and it sounded like it was inside our room. Extremely noisy! If you're checking in late and leaving early it's not an issue, but otherwise I'd skip the hotel until the construction is done. We ended up canceling the 2nd night we were supposed to stay, since it was unbearably loud.

overall very satisfied with hotel. Somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Good block out curtains. The breakfast was mostly "sugar" products. I would say most people will be happy with the breakfast choices.

Price was very reasonable and higher rating reflect the value for money spent. Disappointed the the shower faucet in the room and the poll did not completely shut off. and for the five night stay, the hot tub knob was not fixed. Mattress was not very comfortable.

Staff was friendly, especially the front desk personnel. Breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel room and the elevator had a fresh citrus scent. Good value for everything. Very convenient location right off the highway.

We were late checking in because of flight delays. We had left our car downtown Salt Lake. Because that day was a state holiday, the staff suggested we retrieve our car now rather than wait until the city was buzzing for the holiday. They helped uys decided what and how to make our stay better. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast had several options, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

So where to stay in Salt Lake City? We would certainly stay here again. It's near the airport, but we never heard any airplanes. It is very near I-80 so there's easy access to all points from SLC. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the standard BW fare. Nothing special.

The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom is very small with the toilet being between the sink and the shower. The shower pressure was also very minimal. The breakfast selections were adequate. Could have been more selections but not complaining.

Having previously stayed here during Covid and again for three nights last month, we have had nothing but positive experiences at this hotel. First, I want to commend the staff; Alice was so helpful to us when we were booking, very customer service-focused. Her friendliness and competency really impressed us and made our stay special. Ziza and Jimemez were also welcoming and helpful. Honestly, everyone at the desk, as well as the housekeeping staff are awesome. There is excellent maid service every day and the room is very clean and updated. The Wifi is strong and consistent. The pool and hot tub are very nice, both a good temperature, and open daily until 10PM. We had a King suite, very roomy with a couch and coffee table, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and safe. The mattress and linens were very comfortable. Breakfast is good, served 6-10 a.m., and the offerings change daily. One day we had scrambled eggs and sausage gravy and biscuits, the next it was omelets and crispy bacon, done just right. Other items included fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereals, juices/coffee/teas, and make-your-own waffles. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport, at the end of a quiet street. Look no further for great value, convenience, and a good night's sleep!

Some of the front desk agents were nice even though the desk was often left with no one behind it. Much thanks to the agent who helped me find my ring! The room was clean and it was easy to get items from their housekeeping staff. The continental breakfast was okay. The water would go between hot and cold for a solid 10 minutes before actually staying hot. But they had a shuttle to the airport which was nice! Overall, the stay was solid but I had a variety of other issues. To begin, despite the minimum check in age being listed as 18 when I booked and paid for the reservation, the front desk agent almost didn't check me in because they apparently changed the minimum age to 21. I ended up having to add someone who wasn't even actually staying with me just to check in because they failed to inform their third party booking sites of their new policy. I was then over charged $432 after my departure. I understand accidents but none of the front desk agents understood why that charge was there which indicates that they need further training on reading and balancing folios. I also had some packages delivered. One of which is nowhere to be found even though they claim that they only send back packages from people not currently staying with them. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, I just wish they were a little better about tracking what comes in and out of their hotel especially because I called and messaged about having packages delivered before I even arrived. To be fair, this is something they're working with me on but I don't feel as though it should be this difficult to begin with.

Overall we were pleased with this hotel. I thought the breakfast experience could be better improved by adding fresh cut fruit, moving the location of the plates, and adding an additional staff member. Also, the coffee in the room is much better than the coffee in the breakfast area.

While this property is well located to the airport and just a short drive to downtown SLC, it is showing its age and lack of updates. The staff is friendly and takes care of you as a guest. The furniture in the room as well as the breakfast area has seen better days and is tired.

This was the worst customer service experience i have ever had at a motel. The manager and person at the front desk when we got there were incompetent and less than helpful. While signing up for a shuttle i asked the man where we should park our car bases on our room assignment NOT once did he ask or tell us we had to register the car so it would not get towed. (Also side note he pointed us to the exact opposite end were our room would be and didn't know where the guest laundry was.) At 10 pm the guest next to us was chain smoking in the bathroom...my family was sleeping..as smoke was pouring into our room. He neither apologized or offered a refund or discount and i had to take my family and our things to a different floor. Also the room was not a suite and would have cost less had we just booked it. As our trip was coming to an end i found it odd the didn't take our vehicle information...so we called night before we were to fly back. Sure enough manager had it towed and was less than apologetic and even charged us 50 dollars to get it back and offered no apology or compensation for the smoking and having to change rooms in the middle of the night with two children under the age of 10. I will not only never go back to that hotel i will never stay at a best western again. Terrible customer service for a 170 dollar room. I will be posting.this same information on every travel sight i can find. You guys gave terrible service to the wrong person i will not just let this go and i have plenty of time. Have a great day and think about how you treat people in the future!!

Just needed to get away and destress and it was definitely just that. Only issue was breakfast, if you eat dairy free or lactose free they didn't have any options for you. It was a good stay for a night.

We stayed in the King Suite with a Whirlpool tub and loved it. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Although it is close to the airport we didn't hear any planes that disturbed our sleep or time there.

The rooms are rather small and the hot water in the bathroom is very unreliable. Sometimes warm and sometimes cold, but never hot. I had to sleep without a shower. I'm still giving it a three star because the front desk tried to accommodate my needs in whatever capacity they had, but I would not visit again.

I took my son he was flying next morning to Florida he's a new marine and he also used the gym he love it,he wanted to use the shuttle but he need it to be earlier in the airport, but i still recommend it to all. thank you again

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the swimming pool area was clean. Wifi was also great. However, I booked a room with a sofa to have the additional bed for the 5 people in our family. When I arrived, I was disappointed to see only a small hard leather futon. It's only big enough for a small child to sleep on uncomfortably. Location is good outside of salt lake city.

Love how spacious the room was. Very clean. We love getting the suites with Jacuzzis in them. Romantic and private. The cable connection to our TV would cut out. But not a big deal, enjoyed our stay..

Close to airport but airplane noise was minimal. Fire alarms went off both nights we stayed here really impacting the quality of our sleep. Room was clean. Breakfast offered many choices; eggs, bacon, bread products, waffles, yogurt, hard cooked eggs, etc. Very good.

I chose this motel because I had a very early flight out of SLC airport and my return flight a few days later was arriving very late. Since I live a couple hundred miles from the airport I booked a stay on both ends of my trip. My spouse and I are Best Western Rewards members and usually stay at Best Westerns when we travel; but for this trip, I was solo. Checking in, I was given a lot of grief because the reservation was made in my husband's name (even tho I made the reservation). I even had the confirmation number. The front desk clerk finally agreed to let me stay after a lot of persuasion on my part. My husband and I have the last name, btw. When I returned and tried to check in a few days later, I was told I did not have a reservation. Once again, I did have a confirmation number and the name of the person who had made the reservation for me. The desk clerk told me my reservation had been cancelled by some person whose name I didn't recognize . I'm clueless why they would let a stranger cancel someone else's reservation. After a lot of argument the clerk finally agreed to get me a room. But of course it was $40 more than my original room. Even though the rooms were comfy and clean, you can bet I will never stay at this motel again. The clerks are rude and argumentative and have absolutely no desire to help you. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the room was decent.

Comfortable beds. The bed linens, bath towels were changed & cleaned everyday. The breakfast was fresh everyday. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was great. Outdoor area clean. Overall, we were satisfied.

Ratty furniture and overpriced snacks. This is the chair in our room. I had better furniture in my college dive apartment. Also, I went to buy some snacks at the front desk, and all they had for chips was tiny Halloween sized bags, for which they were asking $2.50 each! Ridiculous! Apparently times are very tough for this franchisee / licensee, but trying to make up for it by ripping customers off on snacks is a low blow.

Right off the freeway also they have an airport shuttle. Breakfast was nice juices, waffles bacon and eggs as well as fruit, cereal and pastries. Room was nice, could hear noise from the upstairs so would request an upstairs room. They have a fitness room, pool and hot tub. Place worked for us!

The staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The room was spacious and clean with high ceilings to make seem larger. Breakfast was standard and acceptable for hotel breakfasts. The area around the hotel is not particularly scenic or walker friendly, but it is convenient to airport and highway.

Got a room cause I needed to use a shuttle from the airport. Very happy with the cleanliness and general appearance of the room and building. Front desk very helpful and nice. Buffet breakfast was quite good with lots of food and choices. Basic stuff, eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles, etc. Attendant was always checking to make sure everything was replenished. Would recommend and definately stay again. Very pleasant experience.

I chose this BW because of its proximity to my route and then considered changing it due to the airport. But that was unnecessary, I didn't hear planes at any time during my stay. The room was nice, well appointed, and convenient to I-70.

I stay at a lot of BWs. This one was a standout, due to the kindness of the staff. Very convenient to the airport, very clean and near restaurants. I would stay there again without hesitation. The room was quiet, clean and everything worked.

Stayed for one night with family in town for a concert. Easy to find off interstate. Plenty of parking. Staff super friendly. Room was fine ac works great. Very cold. Only issue is hallways had a pretty unusual smell but might have been disinfectant from cleaning. Very close to airport too

We enjoyed our stay here. We stopped here as a mid way point and found this location to be a bit off the beaten path as far as it being an airport location by it was easy to find. It's very quiet at nice so being a little away from the airport actually turned out to be a really good thing. I could walk in the evening around the business parks which was a nice added surprise that I enjoyed.

The price was reasonable but didn't have hot water for shower and shower was leaking all night which kept me up. I did report both problems to front office and they just said sorry it's a weekend and they can't do anything about it.

Parking is a pain. The hotel is nice and clean and staff is helpful but the parking was scarce and there was a lot of teenagers in the parking lot playing around which made it feel less safe as well. Even as busy as the hall and main lobby was, the room was quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and stocked

This place was fine. My room was quiet at night which is the most important thing about staying in a hotel. My only problem was with the timing of the housekeeping staff. They were vacuuming the hallway before 8am and knocking on peoples doors at 8:30am. THAT IS TOO EARLY! And unnecessary. I used to be a maid at motel 6 and we didn't start until 9am.

Stayed here after a late arriving flight, The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good to get your day started (cereal, muffins, eggs, yogurt etc_), Reserved a spot on the shuttle the next morning to the airport - arrived right on time - about a ten minute ride to airport terminal. Met all our expectations for an airport stay so we booked a room for the last night of our trip as we had an early morning flight,

The front desk was not enthusiastic to welcome the guests. The price we paid didn't match the quality we expected and we experienced compared with other best western. The breakfast was a joke because the food were not flavorful. The bed spread has a hole and the water pressure from the bathroom sink is low. The ice maker on the floor didn't work and we had to go downstairs to get ice. The bed was too high and too soft.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this Best Western location and I have always chosen BW to accommodate my travel needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to both friends and family; I have never been disappointed and neither will they.

The room was great and the front desk service was excellent. They have a shuittle to and fromt he airport so that was also very helpful. The staff were very friendly, particularly the front desk woman. Some people can really make your day!

The elevator is out of service and the shuttle is not running when we needed it. If we had had that information in it and I would not have selected this hotel. It is just a minor inconvenience to use the stairs with luggage but we also realize the impact this has on the housekeeping staff. Judging by the sign on the elevator this is not a new/temporary thing.

The room was clean. There was no soap in the bathroom but a visit to the front desk scored that quickly. If you want to use the airport shuttle in the morning be sure to schedule it ahead of time. We walked up for the11:00 shuttle, but it was full. The breakfast had a lot of choices and there was plenty of everything. The devices in the gym were all in good shape.

This hotel location is very quiet despite its proximity to SLC Airport. The staff there are well trained and very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was above average and timely. This is the best hotel that I've stayed in during my visits to SL.

Have no quibbles with the service we received at the motel and the beds and shower worked fine which were essentials for us but the upholstered chair and settee skins were flaked off to the point that they disincented use, the tub hardware covers were loose and out of place, and the bottom tile was off the wall next to one end of the tub and showed rotting wall and a hole underneath. Also, the advertised airport shuttle service, which was also essential to us, was limited to 4 residents per half hour and the motel would not allow us to schedule (and thus guarantee it) before we checked in. We came close to missing our flight because we were forced to wait for a shuttle which arrived at the airport less than an hour before our departure time. Should probably have paid the 10-20% premium and stayed somewhere that had better shuttle service.

This was an overall good stay for a hotel close to the airport for an early flight. The rooms were clean and service generally helpful/friendly. The only reason I knocked off a point was because it was fairly pricey when I stayed and the shuttle took almost 30 minutes to pick me up from the airport even when I called ahead of time. It was at what appeared to be a busy time, so understandable, but fairly inconvenient standing around with all your luggage unsure of when they'll actually be there.

We only stayed for one night but it was great! We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast, it was so good! The rooms were not spotless but still clean and the beds were really comfy! It was a great place to stay last minute and was a great price! Would definitely stay here again!

All was good with this hotel but the furniture. In the eating area the chairs had 2 metal supports we sat on and so low my head was at table height. I am 6 foot. The sofa in our room was also very low and poor quality. This hotel was not up to other Best Western hotel quality.

Everytime I stay its better and better, breakfast is amazing, friendly greeting as soon as I walk in, housekeeping is amazing, very quiet even when busy. Pool is clean and very warm. Great environment, this is my goto hotel when in Salt Lake City...

It was good clean and well organized hotel. Staff was friendly, internet service was good. Breakfast was good, but dining chairs were very uncomfortable. I will stay in the same hotel if I come again with family or business visit.

I always like to stay at a hotel right before a flight, just to get in the right head space. This hotel checked all my boxes. Bathtub, beautiful continental breakfast spread, comfortable bed, a window that actually opens, and an airport shuttle that will pick up up and drop you off. Big recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel before and will stay again. The front desk person was very friendly and professional. The Queen Suite room was adequate but sadly, needed some TLC as the sofa material was ripped across the entire front edge, some of the wood furniture had significant scratches, scuffs and wear marks, the bed skirt was ripped in a few places. The temperature control worked well and so did the appliances. In contrast to other reviews, this room was noisy. I didn't hear much airplane noise but I DID hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. Perhaps it was because the room was located near the elevator. But if you desire a quiet room, make sure to request it.

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month for less than 12 hours while on business in Salt Lake City. The room was fine but when I arrived at my next destination the morning I checked out, I realized I left 4 meaningful (but not very valuable) rings in the hotel bathroom. I immediately called & was told to check back in 20 min or so once housekeeping would be able to check for them. I did and was told my rings were located - ok, great! I was instructed to email a prepaid shipping label to the hotel front desk which I did the very next day so I could have them returned to me. Several days later, the tracking showed no movement or proof that the postal service had received the package. I called the hotel and was told they had been shipped a few days earlier. I though, ok, it's a busy time for USPS so I'll give it a few days to let the tracking catch up. A few days later, still no movement. I sent another email to the hotel asking for any information and it took 2 days to get a reply before I was told “I'll look into this and get back to you.” It's now been nearly 3 weeks since my stay and I haven't heard another word from the hotel. I've called Best Western customer service to try & have them assist me in getting info and the hotel tells them my items were dropped off and they called the post office to follow up but can't get any info because the person who paid for the label has to call. The problem is, I have no idea what post office they were supposedly taken to because no one will give me that information. I simply want my items back. Every interaction I've had with the staff at this hotel either via phone or email, I have been polite, patient & cordial. I just don't understand how the items I left behind were confirmed to be found by hotel staff, I was made to pay for a shipping label and yet I still don't have my items or have any idea where they are. They were last in possession of the staff here, someone should be able to tell me where they should be or where they left them last. Supposedly, the “driver” dropped them off - ok, who, where, when? You can blame the postal service all you want, but as of now, there's no evidence the postal service has ever received the package so I can't know that for sure. The last people in possession of my rings were the staff at this hotel and they've gone missing so until I'm able to get additional information or answers, I'd just warn other travelers to be sure and not leave something sentimental behind because you may never see it again.

Every time I fly in or out of Salt Lake area I prefer to stay here, Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, also has a business center, breakfast area has plenty of seating, airport shuttle available, great place, The staff seems to be new from the last time but just as friendly and professional,

Great location close to airport check in was good had a vehicle that would bring you to airport breakfast was good clean and they were quick to fill up was missing Had room with hot tub and small fridge very clean and quite room

The walls are thin. Deco is horrible. Couch 'leather' is peeling off. Heard every baby crying. Every guest vehicle doors closing. It was a long, loud not good night. Beds were ok. Deco old. Couch was a joke.

Best Western Plus at SLC is a dump. The carpets were filthy. There is a cigarette burn on our comforter and the dirty chair is completely worn through at the arms. That's only the beginning… it took the shuttle over a half hour to pick us up at the airport, when we finally arrived the clerk could not figure out how to use our Alaska Airlines voucher. Terrible experience.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a little dated compared to other Best Western Plus hotels that I have stayed at. Overall for the price, I was satisfied and would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a good stopping place for a short trip to SLC area. The hotel is comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Access on/off the freeway is very good and it's close to all the amenities that SLC has to offer.

The stay was excellent. The breakfast was amazing considering right after covid. The staff was fabulous and the hotel was clean and comfortable bed as well. Only thing I would say needs any more attention than they already give is the furniture. But other than that, recommended hotel for anyone travelling through Salt Lake city.

Convenient to a nice restaurant (.25 m) and gas station (.3 m). Bed was super comfortable. Fan in bathroom was quiet. No problems with internet. Good cable tv selections. Great value. Had a nice breakfast. And front desk staff were very nice.

I chose Best Western because of a recent stay in Portland which was perfect. This stay, too, exceeded my expectations! Front desk service was excellent, my room was modern, well decorated, had everything I needed, and was clean. I appreciated the washer/dryer, the small store where I could buy food, etc., and the option for room service. The shuttle service to the airport was handy, and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great especially the breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone. We would stay there again and other Best Western plus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The tv was working great. It was a nice quiet room.

I had a smooth check-in/check-out experience. The room was so relaxing after a long stressful day. The shuttle service was extremely helpful as I was relocating across the country and had 19 checked baggage.

Understaffed, air condition broke, dirty hot tub and pool, empty breakfast bar with cold coffee, rude staff. I spent the night waking up every two hours to plug the broken air conditioner in because it only worked on high freeze setting. Bandaids and debris floating in pool and hot tub, both very cold water and jets didn't work.

Clean room, great breakfast choices, friendly people and great amenities for our children (swimming pool and the hot tub), Overall very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back when we are in the neighborhood!

My worst hotel experience. We got a room with a ripped sofa bed. They said sorry and gave us another room. Opened the door and- another ripped sofa. They apologized and suggested a roller bed. So we moved the sofa to make room for the bed and the carpet was filthy like I have never seen before. Someone also left ilia an empty bottle of wine. The manager suggested to clean the room or to cancel the booking and for us to look for an another hotel. Fitness room is broken and filthy. Wouldn't recommend it even for free.

Excellent customer service, fantastic breakfast selection. Pool, jacuzzi. Very clean rooms, decent lil restaurant next door. Sorry Trip advisor wants 80 more words added to this review. Funny how demanding TRIP ADVISOR IS GETTING.

I had stayed at this Best Western Hotel for 2 nights during the past Memorial Day weekend. This hotel is barely a ten-minute drive from the airport. The room was clean and neat; the bathroom was very clean and dry for us to use. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious and filling. It consisted of toast, muffins, bagels, pancakes, omelets, bacon, cereal, yogurt, with plenty of fresh orange juice, apple juice, and hot coffee to drink. I had noticed that the shampoo and the liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom were empty. However, when we had called the front desk about it, they promptly delivered soap bars to our room. The air conditioner in the room that we had stayed in the first night on the second floor on the right side of the elevator was very noisy. However, on the second night, we had stayed in another room on the left side of the elevator on the second floor; the air conditioner in that room was not at all noisy. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for your next visit to Salt Lake City, but be sure to stay in a room on the right side of the elevator on the second floor!

The hotel is so close to SLC airport and was a perfect place for us to stay. Clean, well appointed amenities, helpful and friendly staff and especially loved being able to use the Jacuzzi and have breakfast. Was very thankful for the shuttle to the airport.

This is a really nice place to stay. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping, are some of the friendliest, helpful, people you will meet. Really beautiful hot tub and pool are a wonderful addition to the amenities. Very close to airport, and also to the city. Can't recommend it more highly.

The staff is wonderful, the pool and hot tub are fabulous.. very clean rooms and all areas of hotel. 12 minutes to downtown 8 minutes to the airport.. so clean and designed well.. Great breakfast. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again and recommend this to friends.

Great place to stay. Front desk staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast is awesome! Beautiful hot tub and pool. Every employee we met here were incredibly friendly and hospitable.

From the moment we arrived and will we were leaving for the airport, the friendly staff was visible and helpful. Nice breakfast to send us on the way. Wifi in the room was excellent. Room was modern and comfy. Ten minutes to the airport rental car return.

We were allowed into the room early, which was a much appreciated convenience. The hotel is 5-10 minutes, max, from the airport. Parking is free. Our King room's amenities: full length mirror, iron/board, hair dryer, charging ports, LED lighting, big bathroom with good shower, medium sized flat screen TV, small microwave, good-size fridge, room darkening shades and sheers, in-room safe, nice pool and hot tub (we booked an appointment to use it, per Covid protocols). Decor is a bit dark, but in good shape. The grab-and-go breakfast was nothing to get excited about, but I'm glad they were following Covid regulations. Very quiet location; excellent, welcoming staff, including Yash and Vink. I would stay here again; the value for money is excellent and you can trust that the hotel is clean and pleasant.

Booked two rooms. Drawers of one room had food crumbs in it. No hot water at night we checked in No hot water at morning we checked out Cold breakfast Could not use Shuttle services for which I used the Airport Motel. Were told that they could not accommodate group of 7 people on Shuttle. Were offered shuttle at 5am for a flight at 8:15am. Timing has to meet the customer expectation. Hotel is 10 mins away from airport. Requested time was 6:00am or 6:30am.

Stayed overnight for a quick get away with my husband. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. The room unfortunately is showing its age. The tub facet is broken and black mold came out of the jets. You are also staying by the airport, so expect some noise from the planes during the night. It's a huge room for the price, just unfortunately needs some TLC.

I have stayed here a few times. It has always been a good stay. A little out of the way but if you are on your way to any destination west of SLC its a great option. Have used airport shuttles on other stays as well and it worked great.

Horrible parking, they let moving trucks take up 3-5 spaces. Over sold rooms so there was no place to park your car in their lot. I was instructed to park along the curb where my car could be hit by other people driving in. There was no breakfast even though they tell you online and in person they have breakfast and I was in the breakfast area at the time they said to be. Still no breakfast.

When traveling, I want to have a good nights sleep before flying and not be concerned about getting to the airport 30 miles away. It is so great to be able to have accommodations so close to the airport! And it is now possible, I stayed at Salt Lake City's Best Western Plus Airport! It was fantastic! When I fly again, whenever/wherever that might be, I will stay again at a Best Western Plus!

The check in process was fine, the hotel room was clean. The only issue we had was that the toilet would not flush and I believe that should have been discovered by the house keeping staff. Otherwise good.

We needed a place to stay for the night prior to a flight out of SLC airport. In this time of Covid, this hotel was clean and the check-in process was safe. Our room was comfortable and we would recommend this hotel for your use.

I know- it sounds a little bit on the dramatic side, but I am telling you, hell house stands in the form of the Best Western “Plus” at the airport in Salt Lake. Why, you ask, was it so awful? Let me count the ways: 1. The room was 69 deg. F. It was 27 outside. After 4 hours of having the heater set to 90, the room was 69 deg. By the time we fled the hotel, frozen and angry, some 8 hours after arrival, the room was 69 degrees. Conclusion: the thermostat was a dummy, there only to feed the fires or your impotent rage. 2. Booked a nice jacuzzi suite for a bit of treat after an entire year of home seclusion. The issue with that? See, the mandatory pre-requisite for a “hot” tub is HOT water. Without the hot, it is simply an in-room skating rink. Hell, had it actually BEEN an indoor personal skating rink, that would have been phenomenal. As it were, it was the second catalyst that would lead to the condemnation of this property. 3. The only thing worse than the aforementioned complaints was the polar bear plunge of a shower that followed an entire night of freezing to death in a dreary, dated and worn room, huddling together with my husband in an attempt to stave off frostbite. And then: 4. The unidentifiable, possibly gum or a substance that rhymes with gum, that was cleverly tucked on the underided is the couch arm. After discovering this substance with my innocent and unsuspecting fingers, any ability to maintain a positive attitude towards things being better in the morning light died a sad little death there in hell house. 5.Upon complaint to the front desk, I was charged nearly triple what I was initially guaranteed for the single night and sent off into the world to attempt to face the day. I suppose that only consolation is that we escaped, barely, with our lives. I am positive that there will be ice-man like mummies located within the rooms of this dump in the future. 6. Upon final inspection, I am almost positive the “Plus” on the sign was written in crayon. If that was Best Westerns idea of an upper crust room, I will never stay any BW for the rest of my life. Fear of contracting hepatitis is too great I'm adding pictures of the tile in the bathroom, because, it really sums up my thesis

Stayed here one night before our flight. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was friendly. The room was pretty good. You get what you pay for and for the money it was decent. They had an early shuttle to the airport which we needed. Due to Covid, breakfast was just OK. They do a bag to go. They do have more choices than other restaurants as far as morning grab and go service.

Shuttle service wouldn't take me to or from my repair shop even tho it was no further then the airport. Lump pillows. Dated worn furnishings. Closed pool and hot tub with no info about that in website when I booked.

Staying here because one of few hotels to offer a shuttle to airport. Problem Encountered: 1. Front desk receptionist argues with clients over receipts and then insults them, thereafter. 2. Management backs them up. 3. Best Western Customer Service Does Nothing About It 4. Very thin walls. Not a good place to get rest.

About a 8 minute drive to the airport. Hotel seemed kind of worn, it was clean enough but needs some attention. Staff was ok. One washer and dryer but hotel is geared towards business travelers, ok for 1 nite.

Was there twice in one trip. Friday and then Sunday with a stay somewhere else in the mountains in-between. The location is just what is advertised. Just southwest of the airport with good access to I-80 and actually quiet. The front desk staff varied between quite nice and helpful to a possible lack of the English language and roaming the halls rather than being at the desk. The water pressure was low and often just slightly warm. Hard to even wash out a toothbrush in the sink. Nothing around the area to do or to eat

Ok hotel, room was 52 degree. Took about 4 hrs to get it to 68. It was cold outside wanted to come in to a warm room. Didn't happen. Service was not the best. Asked for a water which hotels offer, the front desk guy said there was a vending machine around the corner. Really.

The hotel is clean and nice. My room was a good size. I only stayed for the night and did not have any airport noise or highway noise, though it was a very convenient stop off I-80. The neighborhood was a mix of business park and hotels and there was some noise around the hotel from that (delivery trucks, etc.) Next time I think I would choose something a little further out of town for a quieter area. Overall the service was fine and the room was fine. The hot water for my shower was cut a bit short and there was not a freezer section in my mini-fridge for my ice packs. Those are my only minor complaints.

This is really convenient hotel near the airport. If you need to stay overnight while waiting for your flight or need to travel on the next day -- it's a good place to have a break. Staying at this place couple times -- always good experience. The breakfast options should be better -- current version of the brown bag is too simple.

The people at the counter were not “smiley” friendly. It was not noticed until I was trying to check-in, my fault or not, that this hotel was booked for the night before instead. I stayed at a previously booked BW hotel in Nebraska. You can't be in Sidney, NE and Salt Lake City on the same night. And, the BW online check-in allowed me to check-in a day after the reservation. If BW had not slowed the pre-check-in, I would not have been double booked and charged. The desk clerk was not sympathetic. I stayed anyhow because I was exhausted and needed a place to stay. The hotel and room are very nice.

I booked a room a week and a half in advance for a family function at this hotel. Unfortunately, a couple days after booking I was exposed to someone with COVID-19. I called this hotel's front desk to ask about their COVID cancellation policy since I now had to quarantine myself for 2 weeks. I was told that I could cancel up to 24 hours before date of check in and would lose one day of the paid reservation. However, when I tried later to cancel my reservation, I was told that I would lose the amount of the entire reservation with no refund! Worst customer service ever and they don't honor their own policy! Total disregard for customer health and safety. Obviously don't care if people get COVID while staying at their hotel!! Highly recommend a Marriott or Hilton down the road instead of this COVID promoting step up from Motel 6!

It was a pretty clean place to stay during the pandemic. They were very nice. We could not use the pool or gym due to the pandemic. The room seemed very clean and nice. The bag breakfast was disappointing, but not bad. The staff seemed professional.

We found this hotel to be just what we needed; an affordable comfortable place, close to the Salt Lake City Airport, to stay the night before heading home after a 10 day vacation. Extremely good value for the money. A Perkins restaurant was right around the corner, which was helpful since the usually great complimentary Best Western breakfast wasn't available due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Staff was really helpful and cheerful. I had a long drive and stayed at another best western in the area and found the staff rude. I gave this one a shoot and they nailed it. I will be staying here for now on.

My aunt and I stayed her for one night while traveling back to Texas. The room door was not locked. Didn't have to use my key to get in. They require $100 hold on your card, and the employees were extremely rude.

I was quite comfortable during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in answering my questions concerning the area and my stay. I feel the staff went above and beyond in making sure my stay was enjoyable and stress free.

The hotel is extremely clean,quiet and convenient to everything.The staff was very kind and considerate.Overall the stay was very good.I will be back when I return to salt lake.Restaurants are not too far away and downtown SLC is about 6 miles away.This hotel is right by the Airport

Nice clean hotel and good sized rooms. Breakfast is good, seating is horrible. Tables are high and the chairs very, very large. I felt like a little kid sitting at the edge of the chair trying to reach the table! No other options. I looked around and saw several others having the same issue. My husband is big but even he felt they were big for him. There was no way to get comfortable and enjoy the meal.

I really enjoy staying at Best Western hotels. They offer great amenities, and price is reasonable. I have stayed at Best Western over twenty times in the last twelve months and nothing I can complain about

The airport shuttle service is unreliable. We called and asked for pick up at the airport. They made us wait for about half an hour out in the cold at the airport. We called twice but they kept saying another 10-15mins. We eventually decided to take a cab to the hotel where we found out that the driver went home already. To be fair, the front desk apologized and said that they were not informed that the driver of their shuttle service went home.

This is a new hotel with very nice rooms. However, there are no restaurants near the hotel, and there is no bar in the hotel. It's a 15 minute drive to the downtown action were some excellent restaurants and bars are located. Breakfast was pretty good; similar to breakfasts at a Hampton.

Room was good. Close to the airport lol. We were flying out early in the morning so we decided to stay here. Bed was good. Breakfast was descent. Would stay again if in town. Only plus would be if better restaurants were closer lol.

This Hotel is grouped in an area where there ae dozens of hotels. However there is no food, no gas, nothing anywhere close. Of course its only 15 or 20 minutes away, but occasionally that's a long time. Breakfast is not good, no effort in making it tasty, just enough to fulfill the offer

I stayed in the beginning of November for several nights. The very good weather - sunny and quiet. The clear advantages: good ratio quality/price, good pool with jacuzzi, big rooms, free shuttle service from/to Salt Lake City aeroport. The disadvantages: nothing to do in the area, but it takes about 50 minutes to get to city center by public transportation or 15 minutes by taxi.

Nice newer appointments in a spacious room. Attractive lobby and exercise room. Nice pool and hot tub. Only drawback is the ability to hear people walking above you. This was not a problem since everyone was pretty quiet.

Water work better then the past review!!! All fix and work great!!! Everyone at the local was very respectful amd great customer service They have a shuttle that will pock you yp from the airport and the drive are very professional

The walls are paper thin. I could hear the guy next to me talking on his phone in a normal voice. I could hear the alarm of the woman above me and everywhere she walked in her room. The TV remote did not allow me to access all the channels and was covered in some red syrup/jam. The previous guest's deodorant was on the floor by the fridge and there were cookies and bottle caps on the floor by the chair. The hot water wouldn't work in the bathroom sink and it was unclear how to control the heating/cooling with the all unit (couldn't just keep fan on and it appeared the heat/cool switch didn't matter). The hotel is very nice aesthetically and the staff was helpful. Other guests were also complaining about the noise. It was very surprising for a hotel the clerk said was just six years old.

Rooms are very clean and every day they are restored to like you just checked in. Front desk is very accomadating, friendly, they go out of their way to help with any problem you may have if any. The whole staff were top knotch.

This is a very nice clean hotel in easy driving distance from the airport. It is also very easy to find your way to Temple Square and the Family History Centre, about a ten minute drive away. The hotel has good internet and a decent breakfast. Staff are helpful and courteous. There is a Perkin's cafe right next door. Parking is ample and convenient.

We stayed here last night. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast with yogurt, granola. Room was clean. Close to airport. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel. Ducks cool outside.

My flight was cancelled and I rebooked for the following morning. I didn't have a vehicle and needed a hotel with airport shuttle, breakfast, and access to dining options within walking distance. Unlike so many area airport hotels, my room was well appointed, beyond surface clean, and even smelled fresh! I didn't end up visiting the Perkins restaurant this trip but have walked over from a nearby hotel in the past. It's a convenient place to fufill up at a reasonable price. The room cost was somewhat higher than other area hotels but the difference in quality was well worth it. Highly recommend.

I ereally enjoyed staying at this Hotel. Very quiet, nice staff, clean Room and Area,,, Actually I arrived early morning before check in time but they prepared my room less than 20 minutes without extra charge. Thank you all for your kind hosting and hopefully see you guys soon.

Easy to find convenient and quick on/off I-80. The room was clean and the upgrade was a nice surprise. The only issue was that a family of ducks were hanging out at the entrance of the hotel and were defecating in front of the doors.

This was a business trip, staff was so friendly, the check in and check out process was fast, clean and spacious room, good breakfast that includes fruit and oatmealand of course not mentioning the shuttle service to the airport

The room is lit up with flashing lights everywhere, you can hear everything going on above and beside you in the other rooms walking, showering, toilets flushing, broken drawer with a tissue to hold it up. The bed was comfortable. The pool itself was ok. They allowed someone to string an extension cord from the women's bathroom across the pool area (not safe) and talk super loud for well at least 30 minutes. So don't expect to relax in the hottub.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Room showed signs of wear with wall and paint damage in bathroom. Good selection for complimentary breakfast. Good pool for the kids where the deepest part was only 5 feet deep. Located near airport but couldn't hear planes in the room.

Hotel clerk set up late night check in from airport, allowed for check in information upon entering lobby check in due to long hours of travel and exhausted, rather than complete information over phone. Hotel lobby clerk very accommodating which assisted in settling in after an exhausted day of flying.

We had reservations for Friday at Park City Best Western, but decided to move closer to the airport as we were flying out on Saturday. On Wednesday I called the Airport Best Western and informed the desk person that we had reservation at Park for Friday, but wanted to switch to the Airport Worst Western. When we arrived today, we were informed by the clerk that we were a "no show" for Thursday, the previous day, and would be charged the full amount. I informed the clerk that this was a miscommunication. He called the manager and the best the manager would do is to charge us an additional 1/2 for the night. Here's the problem: The desk clerk making the reservation made the mistake, yet the clerk on duty blamed the entire thing on my wife and I. Note: we already had a reservation for the correct date in Park City. Secondly, you would think that one Worst Western could transfer a reservation (or at least communicate with each other) so that issues like this do not occur. Since there were rooms available for Friday, one would think the the "right" thing to do would be to simply give us a room (that had been paid in full for the previous night). But NO! I tell you truthfully, I've stayed in hundreds of motels, hotels, lodges, cabins all over the world, and I've never been treated like this. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is a nice, clean BW Plus. Stayed here once before for Comic Con, had a great stay then too. I would give it 5 /5 stars but, the pool needs some attention. Maybe it was out of balance, it looked like deep see ocean water, literally can't see your feet, and salty as well. Besides that one thing everything else was good.

With literally dozens of lodging choices around the SLC airport, reliable shuttle service is a MUST. While this Best Western is clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast bar, three stars are all it gets; free shuttle means you get what you pay for. After an exhausting day of travel that spilled over into a second day, this traveler was frustrated and disappointed with how far this hotel fell short with its shuttle service.

Other people have obviously noticed issues that management ignores. I won't come back here again. I've been to worse hotels in this chain sadly, but this one was unbelievable. We're probably done with BW hotels. Worn furniture should be replaced, not ignored. Bad customer service should be improved, but they continue to ignore it as well. I tried to upgrade our room as was offered online, but the man on the phone repeated that I already had two beds in it. Why aren't problems being resolved? The best part of our stay was the airport van driver, who actually works for a different hotel.

This place ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay, either in transit to another flight, or at the end of one. We used it for an overnight stay before picking up a rental car for the next morning. We had a bit of an ordeal finding our shuttle to the hotel, but I take full responsibility for not listening to the instructions properly. The shuttle picks you up right outside the door, the journey to the hotel is about 10 minutes. The checkin was friendly, the room was comfortable, the wifi fine and the breakfast quite adequate. We would stay again if needing to transit through SLC.

Every time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They have clean and comfortable rooms. Love the pillows. Check in and check out are very easy and quick!

Room was clean, but dated. Counter service unacceptable; their practice of charging my credit card several hours prior to arrival for a guaranteed room is indefensible. Their internet service is useless due to slowness.

Bare bones place with lots of bones showing. Furniture was in bad condition and there were no dining options on Tuesdays. Fortunately there was a restaurant in the adjacent Fairfield/Marriot which was a lifesaver. We had 4 guests but the staff kept taking away our fourth bath towel. Breakfast was good and greatly appreciated. Floor was dirty, however, and chairs were worn out and uncomfortable.

They helped me find an Office Depot to buy binders to put together a work project and helped me print and copy in the hotel on a tight deadline. There was a little mixup on the charges for the printing and copying but they made it right at the end! Thanks for the help!

This motel was located just west of SLC airport amongst many other chain motels. Long drive into office park from interstate and is was not clear how to return to interstate highway. Parking seemed limited. Service was fine as was room but at $140 for one night, kinda steep price. The only food nearby is Perkins, a local bar, and some hard to locate fast food places.

I have stayed at many Best Western Hotels throughout the country from Seattle, Washington to Savannah, Georgia. Many have been exceptional. This was not one of them. The best part of the breakfast menu was the fruit (apples, bananas and oranges). Nothing special about the rooms. Wear and tear was noticeable, too noticeable for a four year old hotel. Two things were great. The location (for flyers) and the service personnel who made me feel welcomed.

Lobby was nice. Room was clean but had to wait to check in. Breakfast was good and dining area spacious. Not a lot of places close by to eat at. Close to freeway. Not a lot of parking. Would stay here again

We had a great time and loved the Best Western. everything was great. Breakfast was excellent. Pool nice fitness great. rooms very nice. Very clean great beds. better than the price would lead you to expect.

stayed 3 nights in a 2 queen suite. tried to check in around noon and was told i would have to pay extra since check in didnt start till 3. when i asked if this was common practice for gold members i was finnaly greeted as a gold member and told the fee would be waived. room was spacious however all the furnishings were beat up and old. the couch had many spots where the fabric was comming off and should have been replaced a long time ago. breakfast had a nice selection, and the room was well cleaned everyday. hotel is very close to the hotel and downtown salt lake, but with several other hotels nearby i will probably try another hotel on the next visit. was asked if i wanted express checkout and did, but never recieved any emailed reciept.

So close to the airport and a very quiet area, clean and the mattress was great. Breakfast was good and quick. Used the business center to print airline tickets, as always, it was quick and fast. It was close to a few restaurants with out getting on the freeway. Nothing much else to say, stayed one night before catching our flight.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting SLC for a Graduation. Staff is extremly friendly, Service is wonderful and breakfast delicious.... but the beds were so uncomfortable we could barely sleep. We would stay here again in a heart beat except you book a hotel to have a place to sleep. If they updated their beds we would book again.

A great hotel close to the airport When I travel I usually go out of my way to find best western this one was very close to airport easy to find and a close enough to restaurants The staff was great usually always are a best Western and I really love the little waffle machine breakfast was good fresh fruit the works

Overall: the BW did the trick, needed one night stay. Diamond member, welcome was average. Probably would look to stay somewhere else next time Check-in: Tried calling in prior to my arrival to add my BW rewards number. Front desk said I could just to this at check-in, seemed disinterested in doing it over the phone. Seemed lazy to me. I inquired about an upgrade and attendant said I already had a King room (which is what I booked). Attendant seemed disinterested. Think it was the same one I talked to the day prior. Overall, could have been much more welcoming. Room: hard King room. It was large and clean. Included a safe. Bathroom was large and clean. Shower had hot water. Shower pressure was adequate. Room faced road. Would have preferred one not facing road to reduce noise. Room tip: even number rooms seemed to face the road (road noise) Breakfast: included in room. It did the job. Only one hot plate which included eggs that seemed processed and cooked into a disc shape. Had other typical BW options.

Hotel was close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. The room had a closet but no hanging bar (holes where it used to be). Wasn't a big issue because we were only staying one night and flying home early the next morning. The room was dusty but clean enough for one night.

We took an unexpected trip to Slt Lk area to visit friends & had stayed here several yrs ago. We found the staff just as friendly, pool & jacuzzi nice, rooms just as clean & quiet, good coffee & breakfast.

We were disappointed that the only news stations available on this hotel's TV were FoxNews and FoxBusiness. If you like faux news, this is your place to stay! Two other stations listed on the TV guide (but not viewable due to "weak signal") were MSNBC and CNBC. In addition, during the breakfast service, the ONLY Station broadcasting was the evangelical 700 Club Pat Robertson. Offensive to anyone who is not evangelistic or Christian. Besides being offensive and not guest centered, these are NOT good business practices!

She required things of me day 2 that she did not on night 1. All the sudden she needed different cards and a deposit! Stood there aaaaand lied straight to my face several times. Talked on the radio to cleaning staff very disrespectfully towards me. She even told my kids they had to eat breakfast in the lobby and not in our room.

We checked in after our Amtrak trip so our arrival was after midnight. Our room keys were ready and check in was speedy! Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Someone said there were not any restaurants around on a previous rating but I could see a Perkins from my room and there was a restaurant delivery option in our room from area eateries. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory. Jocelyn kept everything stocked and clean the entire time. The shuttle took us to the airport and it was convenient and clean. I love Best Westerns.

Our flight dropped us in Salt Lake City because the Seattle Airport was closed. The hotel the airline sent us to was out of rooms. We called the Best Western near the airport and got a room. They sent their van over to the other hotel to pick us up. By the time we checked in it was after midnight. Our room was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable, and we'll outfitted. The bed was excellent. Every thing in the room worked perfectly. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Breakfast included omelets and bacon, pastries, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffles, fruit, etc. The free shuttle van runs every 30 minutes and took us to the airport. The driver gave us directions to where we needed to go. Staff was very nice and helpful. Price was reasonable for the quality. Excellent stay.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The location is perfect for early morning flights, a quick drive to the airport. However, don't rely on the front desk to get you up in the morning. My requested 4am wake up call never happened. Thankfully my paranoid nature set an alternative alarm. I appreciate the quick checkout and actual HD television channels.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had a experience like we did this time. We asked for a pack n play and it was so disgusting that we didn't dare even put our baby in it. Room was also on the dirty side.

We liked the room. Easy access to freeways and shopping. Only issues was no restaurants close by when you don't know the area. The hotels in the area had a few restaurants but we're expensive. We made a quick trip from Washington state for a funeral, drove 13 hours then had to find a place to eat. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Not a good breakfast the next morning. Ended up having yogurt. No eggs available and we were there at 7:30. The lady "working" was not interested in serving any food. We always stay in a best western just not this one again!!

I needed a quick room near the airport and this place really delivered! This room was great. On par with a Hilton Garden in for $79. Great front desk staff. Free breakfast in the morning. I never stay at Best Western however this place changed my mind.

Travelling through after 800+ miles, found this hotel. Great experience starting with check-in through breakfast and check-out. Definitely on the "will stay again" list. Very quiet even though close to the airport.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights, and we weren't disappointed at all. The hotel is very new and everything is well looked after. It is in the middle of an office/commercial area so there isn't too much to do at night but that wasn't a problem for us. There are good connections to the I-80. The staff were very friendly, and there was a good sized pool and hot tub (which we used). Our room had all the usual features, including TV, microwave and fridge. The room was really big with space for everything. The breakfast area was just off reception, and there was lots to eat. Staying at the weekend meant there were lots of families staying, and some of the kids were a bit noisy in the hallways. But overall, we would definitely come back.

We spent the night here while passing through. This is the second time I have made a quick stop here. This time we ate the breakfast and if you are not expecting much for choices you will be excited. The choices are few and Luke warm eggs and bacon are in store for you. The rooms are nice and the people seem friendly. It's not bad but it's not great.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel despite the horrible noise that the fridge made that they didn't exchange out for us, even after asking twice!! (Noisy enough to keep me awake!!) When they finally came to see the handyman told us it was the fan!! DUH And I could unplug it if I didn't want to listen to it!!!!! Not sure how our drinks would be cold if I did that! The area is nice, the hotel is beautiful, breakfast was good. We are still wondering how they made the eggs, made to look real but...... Lots of other choices!! The employees taking care of the breakfast were super nice!!!!!! Would go again.

Newer hotel in an area of most every hotel chain you could name. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Area is devoid of restaurants, but there is a Perkins next door. Other than that, plan on driving 10-12 minutes back towards Salt Lake downtown. Really not worth the rate they get, but convenience to the airport and surrounding offices drives the rate up. If you have a car and don't have a really early flight, you can do better elsewhere.

Stayed here one night. I like the best western plus hotels. Its equivalent to Hampton and generally priced better. This one very close to airport. They have a shuttle. Room was well furnished and the bed was good. Breakfast was very good. All supplies were provided enough. I stayed here two nights, and they helped me to cancel a wrong reservation and book a new one.

I am thankful for such a clean hotel. It is modern and kept well. Breakfast has so much to choose from. Cereal, breads, sweet breads, eggs and bacon, fruits and juices, waffles and so much more! You will be pleased.

Place was fine...I thought it was expensive. Good location to airport. Person who checked me in kept pushing me to an eatery for dinner at another hotel even after I told her twice there was nothing on their menu I would eat....I generally use airbnbs as they are better value but was not practical for my early morning flight.

We'd just came from a bad experience at our prior hotel with a mouse in that room. What a complete contrast here! Large clean room. Nicely redone furnishings. Good blackout curtains. Free wifi. Free breakfast with good variety. Good restaurants nearby.

It was our last night on the road after 15 days and I wanted to be close to the airport and wanted a brand name instead of an old motel. I picked the Best Western Plus thinking it would be a comfortable stay. Upon check in no one was at the front desk but a sign said "back in 5 minutes". Not having a time stamp I had no idea how long that would be. Just about 5 minutes later a woman came to register us. I had made a reservation and asked for a third floor. I was assigned a 2nd floor and was told they were all reserved already. OK. We get to the room and it is very spacious and a nice king size bed with a bunch of pillows. There was a floor lamp that was unplugged. I plugged it in to find out it didn't work. So the room was dim near the seating area. The room was stuffy so we turned the a/c on. The bed is only about 12-14 inches from the wall where the a/c is located so it blows directly to the side of the bed which is not ideal. Then I noticed the fan kicked off after about 5 minutes and we could not adjust the temperature below 73 degrees.. I called the front desk and was told someone would come up. No one did. We slept with the window open which made for a muggy night's sleep, not to mention the street noise. It is a very noisy hotel anyway. The next morning they were vacuuming the next room and it sounded like it was in the same room. The floors were actually humming. I was told that my receipt would be slipped under the door in the morning but it wasn't so I had to go to the front desk to check out and wait for a receipt. I did not look in on their continental breakfast. The only good thing is that is just 10 minutes to the airport. There isn't much to find in restaurants besides the nearby hotel restaurants or bars. We had a decent dinner at Wingtips Bar & Bistro in the holiday inn next door and then an early lunch at Robert's Restaurant which was ok.

Typical airport area hotel. Room was clean and everything worked with one exception. The keyless door entry was not functioning when I checked-in. Housekeeping got me into my room. Maintenance came a couple hours later to repair. No knock, just entered the room. Breakfast was about what I would expect at a BW. They do have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport.

Collected by the hotel bus service. Stayed overnight. Very good WiFi, good free breakfast, helpful staff. Room was modern and clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend if going to Salt Lake City. Hotel located with other airport hotels. Walked to another local hotel for dinner. Very convenient

We checked in to the hotel in the evening for an early morning flight. Very convenient to the airport and close to downtown. A newer hotel, the room was a good size and clean. Was hard to find kids channels on the TV because there were so many h channels, but if that is the big issue, the hotel is doing something right.

We had booked into another Hotel chain room, it had more problems than could be listed. We called Sweetie (sp) at Best Western Airport Suites right away to see if they had a vacancy. You did! The check in process was speedy, 6pm on a Thursday night, very friendly, and she explained where the room was, and where and when the breakfast would start. She also showed us where the workout room was, and the business centre. We were so disappointed that we had plans the next day and had to leave. The breakfast has two types of egg dishes, plus peeled hard boiled eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, various fresh fruits, dry cereals plus more than I can remember...we couldn't see whole wheat bread but it didn't really matter to us. Parking good, very well lit. All in all we will be staying there again.

We stayed one night because our flight landed in Salt Lake late. I would not stay here again. The room was clean but that's about all it had going for it. Small, no amenities, thin towels. Breakfast was okay. Staff was okay. There are lots more airport hotels to stay in.

Facility and staff were both great. Good value. Convenient location to the highway and to local attractions. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this facility and stay there again if we were traveling in Utah..

Booked this hotel for four nights to attend a convention in Salt Lake City. Check-in was a breeze and the room was very comfortable. I had a few concerns about possible noise as the hotel is near the airport, but the noise level was not a problem and was even able to sleep with the window open without any problems with airport or street traffic noise. Breakfast was offered during a four hour window and was very good with a wide variety of choices. The indoor pool and spa were open from 6am until 10pm and was clean and enjoyable. Check-out was no problem. We would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel the night before we flew home. They arranged for us to check out later than the normal time and were so accommodating. When we needed to get to the airport, they arranged a shuttle within five minutes. Staff were friendly and always asked if they could do or get us anything else. Just an exceptional end to our trip.

I had a terrible experience at a hotel the night before and couldn't stand to stay another so I re-booked with Best Western. I was so relieved to have a nice room with caring staff. The young lady at the front end was kind and caring, the lobby was very clean and our room was perfect.

Friendly helpful front desk. We had a double queen deluxe room. Typical BW with common areas clean inside and out. Our room was a bit older but was clean with comfortable bed and linens something we have grown accustomed to and is why we often stay at BW. Everything was in working order. Good WiFi and TV. Mini fridge, safe, coffee maker, good size closet, desk, ample plug ins, elevator to room, ample parking, indoor pool. Shuttle to airport. Located on quiet safe street with many other hotels. Not many places to eat within walking distance but there is a Perkins right next door and we were given a list of nearby restaurants. They offer room service and local menus who deliver. Complimentary breakfast is located on 1st floor which was surprisingly not good. Though its called Airport Inn and 10 minutes from the airport no planes were heard during our stay however the walls in room are a bit thin. Good value especially booking via their website. Best Western.com has the cheapest rates and offer discounts for military, AAA, AARP etc.

We had a good nights rest. There was someone in the room above us and we could hear ever time they moved and they moved all night long. Staff was extremely professional and helpful. The hotel rooms are showing there wear and tear. The breakfast was limited with hot items, eggs/bacon/waffle.

We had the most pleasant experience checking in to our hotel. Fabi was professional and delightful. Great room and lovely view of the storm:) It is a perfect location for us to meet up with local family before our flight.

My family and I stayed for one night after the tour we took visiting Yellowstone and ending in Salt Lake City last July. The Hotel in addition to being near the Airport is in a Corporate Center with a lot of other Hotels near it. For what we needed it was perfect, good clean room with a decent breakfast. We had a red eye the next day the staff was nice enough to store our bags after we checked out. We took about a forty minute drive to Park City. Later that evening we came back, got our bags and dropped off our rent a car at the airport.

Awesome I love this place pretty clean and quite I will recommend this place to all my friends and family I will continue to use this hotel every time I travel it will be my number one choice for my next vacation

This hotel was nice overall- very clean (I'm kind of a maniac about this), the staff was great (special shoutout to the woman with the long ponytail whose name I forget who worked breakfast- she was AWESOME), and the room looked well-kept-up. The only negative is that the walls are VERY thin- we could hear everything that was going on in the room next door to us, with the family with small children. I had ear plugs, so this wasn't an issue at night.

2nd time for us here, probably the last. Bed was huge and room was very spacious. Check in quick and the front desk clerk understood everything the first time. Airport shuttle. Easy parking. Pool water smelled/tasted odd, lukewarm jacuzzi. Yuck.. Leftover dinner in mini fridge from previous guest. Double yuck.. Decent breakfast, gracious staff there. The area just sucks, only if you get in late/leave early from the airport. Nothing to do around there and pretty much nothing to eat except gas station snacks and Subway sandwich.

Fabi was awesome and showed excellent customer service and brought milk for my child that we forgot. Also the breakfast lady was super nice and was always had a smile on her face!! Keep it up ladies!!!

While my recent 5 night stay at this hotel was generally satisfactory, I probably would not choose to stay here again. In my opinion, the breakfast was quite mediocre; it consisted of the same items every morning; additionally, paper plates and low quality plastic utensils were utilized. I got the definite impression that the breakfast was being done "on the cheap" so to speak. The property was clean and in a good location for those in need of the airport and I-80. The parking lot is quite small; on the morning of my departure, I had a difficult time maneuvering my car because of the tight conditions. All-in-all, should I ever return to Salt Lake City, there are other hotels that would be more suitable to my needs.

Checked in and waited for my daughter to fly in on her late flight which is why I booked a room close to the apo. I saw that they only left enough towels and pillows for 1 person so I called to get a couple more of each. An hour went by and I called again and the lady at the desk said they would come soon. A really rude guy named Amir dropped off 5 towels and no pillows. When I asked for pillows he went silent and left. Weird. I walked down to the front desk to ask for pillows and Faddi, the clerk, asked Amir to get the pillows for me. He stomped to the back room and after taking his time returned with 1 pillow. When I asked for another one he got in my face and said only one pillow for me. I don't need a lecture on what I need from an Indian guy who hates and disrespects women.

We had one night here after long day of flying. It was easy to find and very comfortable. breakfast was standard with lots of options to choose from. However there was a disturbing amount of single use plastic items at breakfast. Bowls, cutlery, cups and plates were all disposable - it would be really great to see this change as the amount of rubbish going into landfill must be horrendous.

Location is very close to the SLC airport, a lot of hotels clumping altogether in one area, close enough to restaurants and Walmart, about 5-6 miles, but no traffic anyway. The only problem was the door lock of bathroom where we stayed, needs to be changed for a

We had a night stay in Salt Lake City and the Best Western was in a handy location to the airport and a few places we wanted to check out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC was icey cold. The water pressure was fantastic and easy to control the temperature. The price seemed fair so I would stay here again if in the area for a night.

Dishonest management. Knowingly put us in a room with no hot water, lights, and broken TV at full price. Then denied any concession Bc “we knew what we were getting ourselves into” had to shower in pool area. Check in took hours. Overall very disappointed. Wish I could give zero stars. I hope this never happens to anyone again.

Clean in the rooms. Needs updating.Staff Friendly. Vending machines only take cash, doesn't work for the modern world. Not the best location but close enough if you have a car for a quick jaunt downtown or to the Airport.

We stayed here for 1 night and Amy was very helpful throughout our stay. She took care of everything so good, very communicative, friendly lady. We checked in later evening, we were so tired as we drove through California and took a halt in SLC. There was no luggage cart available as it was busy, Amy got a cart from a different room for us which she termed as "Secret Cart"(Hahahaaa). she is funny. She communicate to us in a way that we never felt like we were tired, she welcome us with a smile.the first room we got had some problem with the smell we asked Amy she changed our room the right away. She answered all our questions. We need employee like Amy at the front who actually knows the meaning of "Customer Service". Thanks to Amy. Also the breakfast was good but i wish we could have bananas in fruits. Other than that everything was great. We will definitely stayhere again and we hope to see Amy again :)

we where broke down for 6 days and ended up here at best western. what a great staff. they seen we where in a bind for rooms and took care of getting us in. very freindly and nice they where. I would say if you need to stay in salt lake city come here. prices are not bad and like I said service is great. thank you best western and staff.

I stayed here for two nights during a quick business trip to Salt Lake City. The hotel is close to I-80 and less than 15 minutes from the airport. It is very clean on the outside and has ample parking. There is a Perkins less than 5 minutes walk away. The lobby is clean and most of the staff very good. The rooms are large, clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. The rooms are well appointed. There are sufficient power outlets in the room. There were two issues. Internet service was erratic, with the hotel desk having to be advised to reset the router several times over two days. Even with reset, it was less than optimum. The second issue was that one of the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, to the point of almost being rude. I do not know what their issues were, but retraining for customer service standards or termination might be in order. I would stay here again, but I think those two issues require serious management or ownership attention.

Just an average Best Western. The room was clean and comfortable. Free continental breakfast. Only a few minutes from the airport. There's a Perkins restaurant right behind, and within walking distance as well.

On our annual road trip from Reno to Winnetoon, NE, had us staying at new hotels along the way. Our first night is always in the SLC area. Typically we stay at Best Westerns. Our favorite Best Western is just outside SLC in the tiny town of Coalville, UT. It is very close to the pricy area of Park City, UT. But this year it was closed for remodeling. So we decided to stay at Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites 5433 W Wiley Post Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84116-3719, UNITED STATES As usual,it's a fairly typical room that is decent and well maintained. But most of all, it's very clean which is one of my highest priorities. Although it is very close to the airport, and right off I-80, we didn't hear any noise from either one. It had a nice indoor pool/hot tub which was being used by families, mostly children. It has the standard breakfast included in the price. Nothing great but it certainly helps get you on the road without an empty tummy. And a great deal for families! Bottom line is, it's a nice place to stay the night. You can't go wrong.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, nice shower head, no complaints! Our flight didn't get in until after 12:00 am, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes for the shuttle (after calling the front desk and letting them know we were waiting outside the terminal). They also served complimentary breakfast (which it seems a lot of hotels are doing less and less of these days), and it was really good! Lots of choices too.I would recommend this hotel .

A hotel has to be pretty bad for me to rate it as "poor". This hotel has some nice features but there were a couple of incidents that ruined it for me. We stayed 2 different times, from Monday to Thursday, then we left for almost a week and came back again from Wednesday to Saturday. The first room we stayed in was a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable, the room was big enough and the bathroom was big enough. The air conditioning was good, there was a fridge and microwave. But there were a few problems with the room. The lamp shade was torn and looked dirty. The desk was extremely wobbly, it moved every time I typed on my laptop. One of the drawers in the nightstand was un-usable because when you pulled it out it just fell. The deadbolt did not work on the door. I had to ask THREE times on 3 different days to get it fixed (there are signs in the room suggesting you lock the deadbolt for security reasons). Finally on the LAST day we were there they came to fix the deadbolt. The breakfast was ok, just 1 hot item one day, there is no decaf coffee although coffee and tea are available in the breakfast area all day long. No apple juice in the juice machine (only water, orange juice, lemonade and cranberry juice). We were on the 2nd floor and could hear every loud, stomping step the people above us took. Very annoying at midnight and again at 4:30 in the morning!!! That was the first stay. After my stay I got an email asking to fill out a customer survey, so I did. I noted the problems, especially that it took so long to get the deadbolt fixed. I got a response (I am sure it was just a form letter) saying they would do better in the future and to give them another chance. Well, I did give them another chance. We came back for 4 nights the next week. This time I had booked a king wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower because the room we had been in wasn't available. All of my reservations were booked weeks in advance through the 1-800 number. When we got to the hotel the girl told us that we had booked a king room with a jacuzzi. No, I had not. She said they had a king wheelchair accessible room available but it would cost us $55 MORE per night than what the king with jacuzzi cost. I had to show her my confirmation email from Best Western showing that I had indeed booked a wheelchair accessible king room with roll in shower before she would give it to me for the price that I was quoted. And she acted as if her manager were doing me a favour!!! The king room looked great at first glance. A big room, big closet, small kitchen table & two chairs, fridge and microwave, couch, king bed, jacuzzi near the foot of the bed and then the bathroom with the roll-in shower. There were 2 separate air conditioning units in the room, one near the bed and 1 near the jacuzzi. The one near the bed had cool air coming from it (nice) but the one near the jacuzzi was pumping out hot air. I turned it down to cool but later that night it started pumping out hot air again, so I turned it off but it didn't shut off! I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk and he said he would unplug it until they could fix it. Fine with me. The desk chair was broken (would not go up, stayed at the lowest setting, useless for sitting at the computer desk), it was also tilted to the side, they replaced it when I told them about it. Again, there were problems with drawers in the dresser and night stands. 2 were un-usable because like the last room, when you pulled them out they just fell. Just like the last room, we could hear every loud stomp that the people above us were making. I am sure they were just walking normally but it sounded like a herd of elephants. Very poor sound insulation. I honestly don't ever remember any other hotel where I could hear people walking above me. The roll in shower had a hand held shower head but the handle was broken so you could not place it in the holder and have a decent shower. It is practically impossible to shampoo and rinse your hair while holding onto the shower head. I asked to have this fixed. the first day. I asked again twice on the second day. It was not fixed. Finally I called Best Western customer service because no one at the hotel seemed interested in doing anything about it. Customer service said they would escalate it to upper management and get it fixed. Finally on the LAST day we were there (sound familiar?) they came to fix it. They were in the bathroom for over 1/2 hour then came out and said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the right part. So the shower was never fixed, it will probably never be fixed, don't book this room!!! I tried the fitness room once while I was there. It had 2 elliptical machines (one not working), 2 exercise bikes and a treadmill. I used the treadmill and it was so wobbly I was afraid to run on it, I thought it would fall apart! Again the breakfast had no decaf. I asked and the worker there made me one which was nice. Front desk staff didn't seem too invested in their jobs, they were too busy talking on their phones, sitting on top of the front desk and chatting with one another whenever I walked by. Not very professional. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to and there is nowhere else to stay. And if you do stay, stay on the top floor because the stomping above you on any other floor will keep you awake at night. There are tons of hotels in this area, close to a dozen. Stay somewhere else. I am sure after this review is published there will be one of those usual responses from the hotel saying oh please contact us, please give us another chance to make it up to you, so sorry. NOPE! I will never stay at this hotel again and I will probably never stay at a Best Western again. This hotel is poorly managed and if this is what Best Western allows then I don't want to experience it anywhere else.

We liked the well decorated and quiet rooms. It was near the airport, and we felt like we paid the right price an overnight on our travel day. We walked to a restaurant nearby. It was just what we needed.

After checking in and going to my room (114) it smelled to cigarettes. When I advised Amy (front desk), she immediately changed my room and upgraded it to a suite. Great service and a very good hotel. The room was very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job, daily. The breakfast was very good and kept well stocked (there were several families present with a an average of 4 kids). Had a great week in SLC, due to the friendly, professional desk staff and a good room.

The service, location and amenities were to my satisfaction. Just what I needed. The best part, is that they offered shuttle services to and from the airport and even picked me up when I took TRAX from Salt Lake to the airport for business trips, thereby saving me some $$ from having to use Uber!

My husband and I stayed in the whirlpool room for my birthday. It was well worth the price! The tub is large and the jets were nice. The check in and out process was fast and easy. I would recommend this room and would definitely return in the future.

The beds were so comfy my husband wants to find out the brand so he can buy one for our home! We just wanted to be away from home for a day and this was a great place to stay....but it is a little hard to find....so be sure and print out directions, or use a gps.

Very nice and clean hotel close to the airport. Conveniently located gas station around the corner from the hotel for rental car fill up. Didn't get a chance to indulge in the oatmeal because flight left early. I was able to fuel car, drop off rental and check in within twenty minutes.

Stayed here as one of our traditions for our wedding anniversaries is to visit different parts of Utah each year. Room was nice. the Jacuzzi in the room had some type of dirt or something from previous occupants in it so it was not used by us and was very gross, Logging on to WIFI didn't work very well. Bed was comfortable.

Visiting SLC for an opera, we spent two nights here. Generally, a clean, somewhat aged hotel. In an industrial/hotel park in close proximity to the airport. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Only two restaurants are within walking distance, and there are no nearby attractions, so you'll need a car for sites other than those accessible by light rail. This place works well as a place to sleep, to visit the downtown, and for airport travel. Light rail worked well for us. It appears you can get to most city sites by light rail. A quick shuttle ride to the airport station, a $6.25 day pass, and you're on your way in a very pleasant, comfortable, and clean rail car. There are lots of stops in the city, and near attractions. I don't know how it works for ski trips, but it worked well for the city. We'd stay here again.

Hotel is well located near the airport and the shuttle was great! Picked us up from airport and took us when it was time to return. There is a free breakfast with great selections, the service and staff were excellent. We stayed here two separate nights on our way in and out for the Sundance Film Festival. Our first room did not have a functioning fridge but it was not a big deal as we were only staying the night. Property is very clean and well managed. Would definitely recommend!

Well located near the airport with a free shuttle service. Rooms are clean and beds are really comfortable. Staff are great and check in was fast. Breakfast is included and there is a good variety of things to eat.

Amy, the first impression of the hotel she was very good at her job. She has a ready smile on her face which makes us feel welcoming always. She was very helpful with taking our stuffs to the room. The statement she used while checking us, "Happy to help" she justified it. We love staying here. My kids enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good too. We will definitely stay here again and hope Amy check us in again :)

Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, big breakfast, perfect pool w/ hot tub. I think that sums it up. No complaints! Our son loved the pool the best that was heated. The hot tub wasn't overly warm. There are pop machines on every level. There is a restaurant walking distance. The staff gave us good referrals on other restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, we could not make it to our hotel due on the first night of a multiple night and multiple room stay due to flight cancellations and fog in SLC. We were told that we would still have to pay for the first night even though there was nothing we could do about the flight cancellation and weather delays. We were told multiple times "sorry, it's against policy." Due to the fact that we had arrived late, one member of our team needed to extend an extra night. We asked if we could get the same rate or even a credit due to the fact that we had paid for the first night even though we couldn't arrive. Again we were told "sorry, it's against policy" and we ended up paying an increased rate for that extra night. A little goodwill to a customer and simply matching the original rate based on the fact that we stayed multiple nights with multiple rooms would have been appreciated. It seems as though instead of working with a customer that was in a situation out of their control due to flight cancellations and weather, their only response was "sorry, it's against policy."

After a long drive in not to pleasant winter conditions, it was nice to be instantly checked into a nice clean Best Western, It is located with a group of hotels in the airport district, we never so much as heard a plane. We were driving through going south, not flying, yet this hotel was a short drive off #15 and easy to find. In the morning the #215 took us back to the I -15 quickly and on with our journey. Great stay, and the best value at the time in the Salt Lake area.

I was surprised about the value vs. the quality of this hotel. For being an airport property it has been very well maintained and the mattress was a very comfortable one, nice linens. Good selection on power points for charging tech and cpap.

Hotel is clean and good place to stay. You can tell that some minor things aren't getting fixed. In the future this might not be a good place to stay unless they start fixing things. The bathtube wouldn't drain due to broken drain stopper. I would stay here again but the hotel needs to start fixing things. Overall still good place to stay.

My only complaint is that it was so close to the airport that a lot of the things that you could do in Salt Lake City were limited. If we had the time, we would have taken a taxi downtown, but we did not have the time. The hotel itself is very nice.

Although the rooms were alright, the shuttle service was late and when the driver did show up, he rushed us and was a bit rude. Our bigger issue was that we chose this hotel largely because the website lists free parking and we were flying out early in the morning. When I went to check out, the desk clerk told me they no longer do park and fly and haven't since March. I was then charged a nightly rate to park my vehicle while I was gone, even though I was staying at this hotel when I returned. I didn't have time to argue as we were already late due to our shuttle driver. I then checked the website again to assure I wasn't mistaken, and confirmed that the website did indeed show free parking. Upon returning I contested the charge with the manager and was told they would look into the website listing, but were not refunded my money. I even pulled it up on the website, but they didn't show any concern over the issue. NOT HAPPY...Best Western, you've lost my business from here on out. Advertising one thing and failing to stand by it is called lying to your customers. Bad business if you ask me.

This hotel was very clean, and in a decent location (easy to get to the highway). The hotel is old, and you can tell by the shabbiness in the lampshades, etc, but it is clean and comfortable, so really, not a problem for me. Staff could work on their friendliness.

Great stopover on our way through Utah. All of the staff was very professional and courteous. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fairly standard but great for another day of traveling. Would use this again when passing through.

NEVER STAY THERE. You decide.... we asked the cleaning lady who was in the corridor if she'll be around to clean our room at 11 am and she says she works whole day. We leave the hotel room at around 11 am and let the front desk people know that they can have our rooms cleaned. We leave and are back at 4 pm and the room is dirty , I call the front and explain to her what was going on and she puts me on hold for 5 mins. I hang up and call again , another person says I'll send someone right now. No-one comes. We leave for dinner at 7 and tell the front desk again same story . She says they do not have room service but they will clean up and give us towels at the very least. We go out and come back art 11pm . No towels and no clean ups , no sorry when we call for the 10th time. All that on my husband birthday. Please don't bother to respond cause you clearly don't care.

As the title says, if you just need a bed, and maybe a little bit of nostalgia of decor and amenities from the 70s (maybe the 80s), this is the place. The decor, the quality, the mild smell, was all reminiscent of a hotel that has seen it's hey day is and just hanging on. Room was oddly laid out -- the shower opened literally into the bedroom area, for example -- and everything was just old. Old furnishings, old finishes, etc. It's close to SLC airport, and pretty cheap, though as the adage goes, you get what you pay for. To be clear, it wasn't gross, just neglected in any sort of way of keeping it updated.

Completely felt ignored thrice by hotel staff for requesting room service on the same day. 12:30 PM, 7:30 PM and 11:30 PM. This was dual celebration, Thanksgiving and my Birthday. It was supposed to be a romantic night with my wife ended up in a non serviced room. When asked for Change of pillow they told us we can take some throw blankets and use those as pillows. I must agree they felt better than pillows. But failed to understand how come only one type of pillow - No choices?

The stay was a pleasure, from the bed to the he cleanliness of the room to the kitchen staff. The desk staff was very nice and answered all my questions and help with recommendations. The hotel was about 15 minutes away from downtown but not a bad drive since highway is a minute away.I would recommend this hotel to anyone

I stayed at the Best Western in November and found the hotel clean and the staff friendly. My room however had some problems. (no hot water and the toilet would not flush properly) I reported the flushing problems to the front desk on two occasions but it was not fixed. I was unable to use my toilet on the morning of my departure which is not acceptable. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was newer and very nice. The staff were all great to deal with and we did not experience any problems. The bed was very comfortable but again, for some reason, Best Western has gone to an undersized pillow which somewhat distracts from the overall comfort of the sleep. Overall, though, very nice with a good breakfast.

We stayed in 3 different Best Western's during our travels and all of them were excellent with very helpful and friendly staff. We are planning a road trip for next summer and will stay at Best Western when ever we can.

The facility was clean, modern and the staff was very friendly. Our 2 queen bed room was plenty of room for 2 people and well appointed. The check-in staff as well as the breakfast made us feel very welcome. Convenient location and easily accessible. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly but service was not!! Extra charges for any thing offered soda machine not working no to go bag as promised and whole reason for choosing hotel is because they offered 24 hour shuttle and we need to be at airport at 4 am. they were suppose to arrange to have it waiting there and there was NO SHUTTLE! we had to make arrangement's our selves. another hotel nearby came quickly and took us!!! Called hotel lobby and no one answered!! paid $25 extra for early check in but when we arrived they said room was not ready we still had to wait. big hotel and there was no room ready?

Amy checked us in with a great service. My birthday is on 10/16 and she wished me in advance and greeted for my birthday, she surprised me :) She was very exceptional. I was been travelling since many hotels as me and my wife is on vacation but no one actually see my date of birth on my ID and wished me. Truly asset to the property. We enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work. Great pool and spa and restaurants are also on walkable distance. Thanks again..

This hotel was very pleasing in every way. The breakfast was great and the staff personable. The indoor pool was fun and the hot tube relaxing. The tv had a good selection of programming. The room was clean and quiet. I definitely will consider this hotel in future trips to the area.

Bring a flashlight if you intend to read a printed page, there was no floor lamp although the staff indicated there was supposed to be one; don't count on Wi-Fi since the signal was so weak it failed to connect over 90% of a 3 day stay; bring an ink pen to hold open the tube stopper so the tube will drain, this fix was ignored by staff for a full 3 night stay (either they think this is a standard fix or they don't care); don't count on watching TV when you can't read or use internet since this is the worst channel selection we have encounter in a hotel in many-many years. Room furniture was cheap and falling apart. Breakfast was very good, room was nicely appointed except for above, bed was very comfortable, front desk staff OK to good.

We generally like staying at BW Plus hotels - we know what to expect and like the included breakfast. The BW Plus in the Salt Lake City airport area provided us with a clean room and good breakfast. We had a problem with the shuttle that was to take us to the airport. Make sure the person at reception calls the shuttle, not just tell you that it's coming. We had a problem with the hotel not scheduling our shuttle and were almost late for our flight.

No internet in the room. Promised a "to go breakfast" for my early departure, but nothing prepared. Opted for an express checkout at checkin, but nothing prepared. Some guy in a track suit finally shows up for checkout, then disappears and there is no one to help.

Only stayed one night while we were traveling across the country. We didn't use all amenities, like the gym or pool. The room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient.

Very clean room. Nice & quiet.Would stay there again. Breakfast was terrific with lots of choices.Bed was comfortable and had new sheets and blankets. Overall cleanliness of room was top notch. Loved staying there. Easy to get to motel.....right off the interstate.

We stayed here one night. The room was pleasant, except for broken table leg (someone came to repair it), broken desk chair (lift lever was not functional - sit down and the chair plummeted to lowest position every time), and it was kind of dirty. Fridge door had crumbs and debris in top edge and handles. Bathroom was worst - hair in tub, hair and paper on floor, toothpaste spatters on door and mirror. Sink did not drain very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was dark and quiet, so we slept well. Breakfast, fortunately, was great - good coffee, good food. Location - if you stay and don't have a car (we didn't have car) you either have to get a taxi or take a hike of mile or so, with no sidewalks, to get to a restaurant. Roberts Restaurant was very good.

Nice hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They got me in prior to scheduled check in which was very helpful. Room was clean and nice, other than someone else's hair on the tub. Bed was very comfortable. Internet was decent but not super fast.

We'll definitely comeback here, nice and clean lobby. Our room is very clean, washroom/restroom is nice, the beds and pillows are very comfy. Breakfast are good! Front desk are easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for overnight stay before going to Yellowstone. Property was good. Rooms were nice, there was a issue with the bathroom shower, hotel staff immediately moved us to other room. Breakfast was decent, as we wont eat meat, they specially made omelettes for us. Overall we enjoyed the stay there.

The hotel itself and the room was very nice. The water was barely warm which I told the front desk when we checked out. The breakfast was very standard and not what we've come to expect from a Best Western Plus. The chairs in the breakfast area were like lounge chairs and very uncomfortable. They need to raise the bar on their breakfast to justify the "plus" designation.

We booked this hotel for one night, following our flight to Salt Lake City from Boston. As our flight was arriving somewhat late, we decided to pick up the rental car the next day and used the hotel's free airport shuttle to get us back in the morning. The driver was most knowledgeable about the area and provided many tips for sightseeing in the area. Great place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay again!

Salt Lake City was one of my stops on a multi-state driving trip in August, 2017. After a long day on the road, it was a relief to pull in to this hotel -- located just west of the airport. The newness of this hotel was obvious when I walked in to the lobby. The smartly-dressed and polite staff checked me in in less than a minute. An elevator took me up to my room where I found a spotless, well-appointed space. A nice leather chair and ottoman were a nice touch. The hotel was extremely quiet, the bed was inviting, and I slept well. The BW breakfast experience was great -- waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. I fully recommend a stay at this hotel!

I stay at Best Westerns, cause they have clean rooms, well appointed and nice staff. I am also a frequent traveler member. They have free parking, free WiFI and a nice breakfast too. So if you need to stay somewhere check out Best Western in the area you are traveling too.

Staff very professional here, and want to make your trip smooth. 24/7 airport shuttle. Breakfast is good and breakfast room is attractive. WIFI in room very weak and tends to cut out. This is a good place to stay if you're flying in/out of SLC

This was ok for a night and being an airport hotel I guess that's what it's set up for. There was no information on the website about a shuttle from the airport although it turns out they can arrange one in conjunction with other nearby hotels. So we arrived late and got a taxi from the airport. The lady on the reception desk was a little grumpy and abrupt - although as I said we did arrive late. The rooms were spacious enough but the hotel looked a little dated and worn. Breakfast the next morning was ok and we did manage to get a shuttle back to the airport to pick up a hire car. Again, though reception staff were a little lacking in friendly customer service.

This hotel is close to many other hotels near the airport in SLC. I was just spending one night here, so there are probably amenities that I didn't use or see. However, the room was decent, though a little more cleaning in the bathroom could have been done, and the bed was pretty comfortable even though the mattresses appeared a little worn (bulging on both sides where people would sit on the sides of the bed). The lobby and hallways looked and smelled very clean as if they had just been sanitized. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. This was, however, the first Best Western I have stayed in that did not allow pets. Please be advised of that if your bringing along your furry family. Overall, not bad, but not totally four stars for me.

The customer service wuz great, rooms wuz great,clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel wuz peaceful and quiet, the swimming pool wuz very soothing. Beautiful views, not far from Utah airport. If u r going to visit go Check out BEST western.

It was a great place to finish our tour of the States. The transfers were great and the hotel clean and comfortable. Guest laundry services were fully utilised to be able to pack clean clothes for return trip. Transfer back to airport was smooth and well executed. No dining facilities here but good advice from reception staff left us well provided for.

We stopped in on our way back to California. The hotel front desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and everything was working properly. The breakfast was not that great for me. I am an oatmeal eater and there was not a good selection (maybe because it was busy).

I stayed here as it was near the airport, my flight was delayed until the next day, and I need a few more Best Western Rewards points. I was happy with my stay - no problems, the bed was comfortable, I slept well. It's not a new property but the rooms have been updated and are in excellent condition, clean and like new. Breakfast is provided at no cost, as is the shuttle service to the airport, which I found reliable and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again when needing a hotel near the airport.

We experienced great customer service on the phone when we booked this hotel. The decor was beautiful and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The breakfast was very basic, but tasted good. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

This Best Western has nice rooms, helpful people, a good breakfast and dependable transportation to and from airport. It is a very connvenient place to stay. We were a group of six and all three rooms were very satisfactory.

Needed hotel for early airport drop off... used Priceline's "surprise this is what you got" to book it. Honestly when it said Best Western I wasn't excited, but when we checked in I was really pleased with the cost we paid vs quality. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens and pillow top. They are really high though... it would be hard to get in for elderly and we worried about children falling. The pool was ok. Breakfast buffet was better than many help yourself bars they had fruit, cereal, waffles, muffins, many types of yogurt... also bacon and some dead fried eggs. I felt like the whole place was clean and comfortable... and would go back again.

This is the best place to stay. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and everything is great. The location, price and service cannot be better. Close to shopping, close to great places to eat, obtain fuel and easy to go downtown Salt Lake City.

Just what you want when traveling, a quiet clean place close to your destination. This enclave of hotels is a perfect fit. front desk at check in and check out was efficient and friendly. breakfast was quite good in spite of being very busy. We had never stayed at the new upgraded Best Westerns, but will consider them more highly in future.

It's an average hotel. We paid $200 with tax. If you can get the room for $150 it would be a good deal. The suite we had felt small for a family of 5. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Soft comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Small bathroom.

I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date. We showed up a day late, obviously unaware we were on the wrong date. The hotel charged me with a no show for the night before after I explained the family situation that caused me to make the wrong date. I only wanted them to apply the cost of the night before to the date I showed up. I ended up paying more than double for the wrong night and they also charged me for the no show. The manager told the clerk to send her an email explaining the situation and she would get back to me. I went ahead and rented the rooms because I thought she would be honorable and put the 100.00 towards it. She did not read my email or call me back. When I contacted her she said I should have called to change the date. Obviously she did not even read my email. Very Poor customer service.

The bed was comfortable and there were many amenities at this hotel, but the floors were dirty throughout. The location was great/near the airport. The breakfast had a lot to offer and was good. I would stay again.

For a Best Western Plus and what I paid for the room it would take a lot. The furniture to not be broken, the staff to speak clear English. I waited at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up. Could not understand the woman telling me that the shuttle was NOT Best Western but a Roadway Inn shuttle. GAH! I stood there for over an hour. That's even after I called a second time. The pool was extremely chlorinated to the point where I was coughing most of the night spending only 30 minutes in the pool room. The breakfast was cold. I was expecting my room to be amazing. The bed linens should have been crisp and no stains. The chair at the desk was sticky. The shower head was pointed out when I turned it on I got sprayed. I am not a picky person, but this was really ridiculous for the quality that I have experienced elsewhere. When I first started working I worked cleaning hotel rooms. The bathroom I had would have never passed. The towel rack should be fixed in room 302. It is falling off the wall.

Wife and I were returning from a program at USU (Logan) and needed a place to stay for 2 nights waiting for our return flight to NYC. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from SLC International and about 15 minutes from downtown SLC. The staff are well trained: pleasing and helpful. The room (224) was clean and in good repair. Breakfast is adequate for an airport hotel. The usual waffle machine, dry cereal, pastries, etc. The eggs looked as though they had never lived in a shell. (I didn't taste them.) Overall, a good experience and I would book there again.

Great value, near the airport, easy to get on and off the main highways. Wish it had a restaurant, but there are others nearby. Breakfast area nice, but tables and chairs are large for the area. Staff was excellent.

I had just spent 5 days in the Hilton and felt the room was equal in quality then I went to the bathroom and found two holes in the wall where the towel rack had fallen and not been replaced. the towel rack lay on the floor under the counter. You could not sit on the toilet and keep the bathroom door open at the same time, it was too tight.

Good place for overnight. Overpriced for what it is. Close to airport. No places to eat close by. Bed was good,decently clean, worked for our purpose which was to be close to airport for an early flight.

I looked at room on line for $89, but didn't try to book till after midnight (my watch still on pacific time), so I called and he raised the rate $40 so when I questioned it, he didn't care and said the price was the price, but being so late I accepted. When I showed up, still very rude and raised the price yet again another $5.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was decent. Rooms starting to get a little "beat up", but not terrible. the location was close to the airport and we used the shuttle...which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Overall good value for the price.

This is at best a very average airport Best Western. People should ONLY stay here if they have an early morning flight out. Customer service varied. The morning of our departure (July 5) the guy at the front desk had an attitude problem. I am sorry but he needs to listen and not be so preoccupied to not acknowledge a guest who has a question. He is not kind or helpful and needs retraining. Luckily the staff member the night before was very good. They are understaffed though as they had a sign out that they were not around for 5 minutes. Luckily, I was at the tail end of that five minutes. Their breakfast is not very nicely presented. The breakfast room is OK. But the fake news channel playing is unacceptable now to many guests (i.e. CNN) and as such many Best Western managers now opt to put on local news or a travel channel. Why intentionally irk off people when there are acceptable TV channels to put on? We were upgraded to a suite. Well - sort of. It had a couch in it. The room is smaller size. It had a king size bed. The air conditioning unit is noisy. Suites at other Best Westerns are nicer. Parking and internet is free. So would I stay here? Only for early morning airplane flights. We had someone who was taking such a flight. Would I expect better customer service at average Best Westerns? Yes Does the Best Western have a shuttle to the airport? Probably - the van was sitting outside the door. But given its an airport Best Western most check-ins ask as part of that service if you need a ride to the Airport. This Best Western staff does not. So, yeah,stay here -but location has nothing to offer except closeness to the airport.'If you have a mid day or later flight, stay in Salt Lake City which is very close to the airport.

Great hotel close to airport. Nice room with super comfortable bed. Wish we could afford to stay at Beet Western every time. Even with an AARP discount it was pricey. Only problem was the electric outlets in the bathroom didn't work.

we had an excellent experience here. several needs and questions and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. room was very clean and comfortable. one of the best beds we had on our 2 week trip. hotel is a short, easy drive to airport. only thing negative is there is no close restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sal Lake City Best West Plus Airport Inn & Suites. The accommodations were very nice, as well as clean and comfortable. In addition, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons.

Proximity to airport and shuttle service make this location a good one. Hotel staff are friendly and try to be helpful when asked for help. The lobby is welcoming and the food service area has comfortable seating!! This is a big plus in a hotel. Recommend that other Best Western Hotels do the same.

Overall experience was satisfactory, the service was average and the breakfast was standard fare. Nothing popped in this location except the decor in the lobby which was above average. However the bed was extra firm and felt like I was sleeping on plywood. I would not recommend staying in this hotel more than one night. It's alright for staying the night before an early flight as it is close to the airport.

I mostly use Best Western so I didn't shop around this time and when I got there I saw a Hampton Inn and a Quality Inn within two blocks and was sorry I had not known that. I was shocked at the cost of $161 for AAA and a rewards member. Our room was clean and comfortable, however. I am giving three stars for the excessive price. Also, management should consider upgrading the tissue paper and the toilet paper. I use tissue for eye drops and I have never had such stiff paper in a hotel. For the price you pay there, they should upgrade. Another thing...the breakfast room has chairs that are rounded and stick out so far that people who are stuck in the middle have to maneuver to get seated. Management should observe what I observed today. Most of the breakfast was good but the english muffin was so hard that it broke into crumbs as I tried to cut it. Kitchen staff should not serve such items. When I checked in there was only one person at the desk and she put someone on hold a very long time while checking me in. They should have had more staff on a Sat. afternoon. It is little things like this that make a good place an excellent place. After this experience I will be more careful to check prices.

My room was spacious and clean; the bed was quite comfortable; and almost everything in the room was in working order with the exception of a loose bathroom faucet. I price-shopped and found my rate to be competitive with SLC airport hotels of similar quality (Moderate First class properties). Front Desk staff was responsive to my request for an early check-in and kept me informed up to the moment of registration. And while the complimentary continental breakfast was no more tongue-tempting than others I have tried, at least it was available for four hours each morning. All in all I had a pleasant stay and likely would return to this hotel if I were in the area and in need of lodging.

Highly recommended. My wife and I stayed at Best Western Plus Airport Inn while coming and going to a military reunion in Wyoming. The hotel in conveniently located close to the airport and provides an excellent quiet and clean room with excellent service.

No problems with this hotel. Very conveniently located to the Salt Lake City airport. Airport shuttle was available but I did not need to use it. Air conditioning worked fine. Staff was good. Many TV channels to choose from. I was only here one night on business but would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is rundown and old. My door had a "trick" in order to open and was difficult and maintenance told me it was normal - One elevator for the entire hotel and the hotel was full - Bathroom faucet and closet door handle were both broken - Water pressure is low - Desk chair was ripped and so low you couldn't sit at it for using the desk - Breakfast was nice and clean area for serving which was the only good thing - Overall, there are way nicer hotels to stay at in the area

Well run Best Western with all the typical Best Western amenities and a great location close to the airport. Shuttle services to and from and friendly staff. Bed seemed very comfy and the King room had a leather chair and ottoman which was nice. Would have been nice if the common areas had been less stuffy.

Very nice room and average size bathroom. Both very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast offered hot and cold selections. Luggage transport was unique and very easy to use. Easy access off and on highway.

This hotel is very convenient to the Salt Lake Airport. The rooms decor was nice, the beds was comfy, but the internet was really lacking being slow and it kept cutting out. The breakfast was also not very appealing.

My family and I checked in around 9pm. We parked in the drive way and unloaded. We were just dropping off our stuff and then going to find somewhere to eat. Before we could make it in the front door the shuttle driver pulls up and YELLS for us to move our vehicle. We weren't blocking any thru traffic. He literally told us to go find a parking spot. I said, we are coming right back. He didn't care and got even more rude. So, my mother moved the car. As he parked the van where my mom was parked and came in, I told him his behavior was uncalled for and rude. He said, there are parking spots and went behind the desk and SAT DOWN. He wasn't in some hurry to get a guest to the airport or anything. He just wanted the parking spot in front of the door. I brushed it off and we went to the room. Once in the room I checked the beds for any signs of critters. I work in a hotel and KNOW what to look for and always do. Upon my inspection there was a bug between the top and bottom sheets. I went downstairs and asked for a different room on the opposite side of the hall. No problem, we were moved quickly. We went to the other room and inspected it as well. All seemed well. We left our things and went to find food. We returned about 11pm, went to the room to get ready to continue our road trip in the morning. I went to the bathroom and noticed there was a little black bug on the floor. I grabbed a tissue and picked it up for further inspection. I was too afraid it was a possible bed bug. I started looking around and noticed there were about 8 of the same bugs in the bathtub. I started grabbing our belongings to get the heck out of there and noticed them also crawling on the wall by the desk. I am not 100% sure if they were bed bugs or baby cockroaches. Either way, we had had enough. We were going to find abother hotel. We go to the front desk and I ask that the front desk clerk check us out immediately and provide a receipt showing no charges. She tries to say she can't and that we can call the manager the next morning after our card has been charged. I explained to her that I work in the same brand of hotel and that she absolutely CAN do as I have asked. After about an hour of back and forth and calls to the manager (who is acting like they don't want to refund our card) I finally have to put my foot down and threaten to call BW Corporate and magically the front desk agent now knows how to check us out and refund our card. That is, after she posted the room charge and the payment to our card. We left and went to a Best Western Cottontree Inn and had a wonderful stay.

If you are looking for an accommodation close to Airport (less than 10 mins drive), then this place is Great. We had a quick stopover @ Salk Lake City, and this hotel provided good rates for a one night stay. The place is quite and Clean. The staff was very helpful as well. However, pls know most of the good resturants are towards downtown, which is 30 mins drive from the hotel.

Overall satisfied with most of our experience. We did not like the new signage which is just the initials vs the signage with Best Western written out. The new signage BW, was difficult to spot while driving on freeways.

I was greeted by a very friendly and efficient check-in person. The room was very comfortable and the entire building was very clean and well kept. After a tiring drive in and out of snow, rain and wind; the bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great! I had a longer day's drive ahead of me and I started out refreshed and relaxed!

We arrived after a long drive from the Tetons where a truck threw a large rock which smashed the windshield of our rental SUV. We had also gotten a call from our farm sitter that when she got back from being out the greyhounds caught a rabbit and dismembered it on the living room carpet. We arrived at the Best Western stressed and exhausted after a very speedy shuttle pickup from the airport. We were upgraded to a suite because we are BW platinum elite members and it was a much appreciated luxury. The staff was very accommodating. Our room was spotless and quiet even though located close to the SLC airport. There were plenty of plugs to charge all electronics for a morning flight. They also had a guest laundry on our floor with very reasonable prices. It was great not to have to put any dirty underwear back in our suitcase even though BW does provide plastic laundry bags. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was contemporary throughout. We did not eat breakfast due to an early flight but were offered a lite breakfast to go. The breakfast room was equipped with contemporary upholstered chairs and lovely tables. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you do not have a rental car and it is in a safe area for an evening walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was good place to stay at. Maybe should have a bar & grill area. The in door swimming pool was excellent along with the sauna. Breakfast was good have choices and rooms looked clean. The distance from airport was short but good.

This is my go to hotel when I stay in Salt Lake. The manager, Ziza, makes sure that all of her guests are treated well and that culture is expressed throughout the whole staff. Much thanks to Amy who checked us in and made it a quick, easy, and friendly process. I stayed here with family for a wedding in town and everyone within my party seemed to have a great and comfortable stay!

Loved it and couldn't have been more satisfied!!! The staff was wonderful! My only negative is that the entry hall seems a little narrow......... Very clean and great working order! I highly recommend it to anyone !

Was told by 2 separate employees that I could either leave my car at the hotel while we flew to another state or at the very least they would charge us $6 a day. After a long day of plane traveling was told by the manager Ziza that I had to move my vehicle or it was going to be towed, she wouldn't work with me at all tried telling her I would pay whatever I was in Kentucky and lived a couple hours away she said if it wasn't moved that day she would have it towed. When I told her 2 of her employees told me I could leave it or at the very least they would charge me $6 a day she told me I was lying even though there was 3 other people in my party. The shelf in the closest was on the ground not hanging up where it should be.

Closet rack was off the wall and laying on the ground in the closet area. Staff is not properly trained or given the proper help from manager Ziza Ghuman who calls her guests liars even when there are witnesses I am appalled. Someone needs to go in and reteach customer service. We will never stay here again and it makes me question best westerns standards.

This is a great place to stay even if you do not fly in. It is a nice clean and quiet place. It has easy access to the freeway for travel to anywhere in Salt Lake. The breakfast has a lot of variety, but the bacon is not ever crisp enough. The egg variety could include scrambled along with the fried and omlettes. The hot water for tea could be checked a little more often for the needed heat. Overall the breakfast is is satisfactory. We stayed for a week and never went away hungry. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is nice to have a chair with a footstool for relaxation. This is the second time we have stayed here for an extended stay.

Items in the room we're broken and not repaired when reported. Another room also was not offered. Toilet paper was used to stop the bathroom door from latching since the handle was missing so this was a known problem before I checked in. Really lame breakfast compared to other best westerns I've stayed at.

Everything was superb from the politeness of the staff to the hotel amenities. It is conveniently located near the airport and priced very well. I felt that the staff went the extra mile to make my stay most pleasant.

This is a good choice if you need a place to stay near the Salt Lake City airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available and it runs every half an hour. Make sure you build this time in if you are heading to the airport and be sure to let the front desk know when you plan on taking the shuttle so they can be sure the shuttle waits for you. The shuttle stops running after midnight but if you are arriving after midnight, you can take a cab (uber might be easier) and the front desk will reimburse you if you show them the receipt. The hotel is really clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast is served from 6am-10am. They had eggs and bacon, waffles, juice, cereal, yogurt, toast and muffins. Overall, a nice, convenient choice.

Clean, comfortable hotel; shuttle to airport was helpful but since it picks up at all the hotels there almost wasn't room for me which would have been a real problem; fairly standard hotel even though it is a plus property but this is our hotel of choice when we're flying out of Salt Lake City.

fanrastic, we had in previous years stay away from Best Western because of cost. This trip we discovered the prices were comparable with other hotel chains.(Comfort Inns) We found the BW great. We had to make a change in rooms and the staff was extremely helpful and considerate. We were in Salt lake City for a wedding which we mentioned at time of check in. The next day, the staff remembered and asked how thing went. We needed a Walmart, and the young lady went to a notebook. From this notebook, she produced a single page of paper that gave us directions to the closest store. It was GREAT.

Had a lot of fun and the hotel was great. Breakfast and hospitality was a amazing and I'm very likely to stay there next time. My man and I had a lot of fun. The room w clean and everything seemed up to standards

Great motel. It is very clean with beautiful décor. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will always select this motel when I am in Salt Lake. It is close to the interstate and the airport. There are many hotels around this one but this is the one that I will stay in.

The hotel is clean and, due to it's location, very quiet. The lobby has a nice open appearance. We used the pool and while they were running out of towels, the pool was clean. There was nothing wrong with the service per se but compared to the Best Western we stayed the next night, more subdued. I would stay here again.

On two separate phone calls (after learning our flight was delayed) we were told that the airport shuttle ran 24 hours a day. When we arrived and called for the ride, we were told it wasn't available and had to pay for a taxi.

Amy was the checking clerk and she was excellent at her job. We were here for 3 nights and we saw almost all the employees working at the desk, others did their job but Amy did her job plus service plus customer satisfaction plus a smiling face personality. She handled her guests and also same time she attended calls. We were standing in queue for check in and she treated everyone with great service. We appreciate her efforts. also she helped us with Wifi with printing boarding passes and yes with a smile.We will definitely come and stay here again. Thank you.

At check in we signed up for a shuttle to make our flights. Shuttle showed up 45 minutes late the next morning and we were told that the driver was new. Room was clean but the bathroom faucet was loose and other fixtures were falling out of the cabinet in the bathroom. Upon calling the front desk on flight return at 12:05 PM and immediately being placed on hold then being told that the shuttle service closed at 12 and that the last shuttle left at 12:01 and that no driver could pick us up. This information had never been mentioned at all and I could not find it anywhere on the website either. Front desk could have cared less at least act like you feel the least bit bad about a situation. To top it off the cab was $45 from the airport less than 10 miles away.

This was by far one of the best and nicest Best Western that I stayed at. Great and helpful staff, nice rooms, great breakfast. We checked in late, the staff was helpful to hold a key for my wife while I went to the room with my kids. Breakfast items were a wide variety with items like Nutella for bagels and toast and a variety of yogurts with Greek yogurt as an option which you don't usually see.

Would only recommend this hotel if one needs a place to stay overnight between flights. Hotel itself is satisfactory and fairly new but there is literally nothing to do in the vicinity and it's challenging to find a place to eat.

Clean, quiet room, comfy bed and pillows, and standard breakfast fare. TV choices were not so great. Good customer service, friendly, professional staff. The property is easy to find and includes airport shuttle which we didn't use this time. We got a super rate for this stay.

My wife and I stayed here on two occasions recently, at the beginning and the end of our Utah vacation. It is easy to find and only a 7 minute or less drive from the airport. On the first night, parking was scarce as the place was sold out except for one room. At the end of the trip, there was much more parking availability. Reception was very helpful and courteous. On the final evening, I couldn't get the computer in the business office to co-operate to print out the Boarding Pass but the helpful clerk at the front desk got it all arranged perfectly. Thanks! The rooms are quiet and clean. The first night, the TV did not work but after reporting this , a replacement was supplied and it worked well. It would be helpful to have a printed sheet of available TV channels close to the remote. No problem with the TV on the 2nd stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a counter with plenty of space and was good and clean on both stays. The breakfast buffet was very good. Two fine female employees were in charge and did a wonderful job of keeping everything refilled and fresh. As usual, I was somewhat dismayed as few patrons seemed to be offering the two employees a tip. Those girls are up early and do a tremendous job. They were happy, helpful and were working hard and need to be recognized for their contributions to a very pleasant experience for the guests. We will most certainly stay at the Best Western next time we are in town.

I met a friend in SLC and we stayed here three nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast two morning s, it was basic but good. The breakfast room was very comfortable with good seating arrangement. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Easy access to and from the airport, we rented a car and found the directions to the city fairly easy.

I had previously tried booking a reservation online, but the reservation was never completed and no confirmation number was ever given. Best Western still charged me for a hotel I never stayed at. I have reported the fraudulent charges on my account to "Rick" the manager and all he could say was "No Refund will be given" over and over again. Finally I contacted BW Customer Care and my bank to report this.

Very helpful front desk staff made us feel at home. And the staff of the breakfast room made special arrangements for our dietary needs. Great place to stay just west of SLCity. Easy access to airport, quick to get to the City also. We really enjoyed the twilight view from Ensign Peak - don't miss it!

As soon as we walked into the lobby there were cute decorations everywhere for Halloween and even pumpkins outside. We were checked-in quickly and able to find our room easily. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and kind. They allowed us to have a late checkout which was very helpful and it was a great relaxing stay! :)

First, check in was very quick, there are many flashy hotels in this area, a few fast food places, one gas station. Staff were friendly, our room was ok, clean, simple. Two bed queen room and one bed was awesome, very comfy, the other bed not so much, springs were poking us when we lay down on it. The pool seemed slimy, and the laundry room closed at 10pm even though we had clothes in the dryer. Breakfast was pretty good, standard hotel breakfast! Ok hotel, somewhat pricey for the accommodations.

The primary benefit of choosing this hotel is that it is near the airport and fairly easy to find, although there are several other hotels closer. The breakfast is acceptable. Nothing stands out, and there were no deficiencies.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean, and friendly. We like staying at Best Westerns because of these reasons and that they always have a very nice breakfast every morning. While the parking lost seems a bit small for this hotel, everything else was just fine for the nights we spent there.

I stayed here for two nights for business as I wanted to be close to the air port as I had to board a flight at 5:00 a.m. The hotel is in a good location which is a quick couple of minute drive from the airport. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels but there is not much is the way of food or dining nearby that I saw. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent. My check in and checkout went smoothly. The breakfast area is large and clean however I personally did not care for the food. The workout room met my needs for a business area and it featured a pool and hot tub however I did not use these. The phone in my room did not work but they did get this fixed right away for me. The only negative is the wake up call I asked for never came so I had to rely on my phones.

I stayed here because I had a very early flight. The room was quiet and clean and I really appreciated the elevator for my room on the second floor. Very comfy bed, rather tiny pillows. I left to early to partake of the free breakfast, so can't comment on that. They very kindly offer a 'grab and go bag' of fruit and water for early departures. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This hotel was in a safe neighborhood. There were plenty of parking spaces that could fit our uhaul towing a car. The room itself was clean. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were okay. I would stay here again if towing a car.

Clean hotel, bathroom facet leaked.When we told hotel staff about the facet we were told the facets leaked in all the rooms.Pillows were terrible but bed was delightful .Nice large clean breakfast area.

Room was large, had refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with their selections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air quality in the room smelled fresh instead of a cover up. The hotel was conveniently located.

Got someplace else - the directions / signs are so bad that you will never find this place. I had GPS and still had to stop and ask for directions. It did have a great price and wonderful service but the rooms were musty, the printer in the business room did not work (wanted to print out my boarding pass), and the early checkout was forgotten (had to leave early for a flight). The lady at the front desk was great at helping me but she was all alone - no backup in the entire place.

There are better options in the airport area. The hotel is outdated, but serves its purpose and offers a nice continental breakfast for free, however all the other hotels offers the same. I'd rather stay at the Hyatt Place if the price is similar, because it is a nicer hotel.

for the most part it was good, the room was very hot when we would come back, problem with debit cards, food was good in morning, I wish they would have had bananas. the driver was GREAT. for the price it was a good place to stay. I wish we could get to train with out having to go to airport.

We have stayed in this location each time we have been flying out of the Salt lake Airport. We turn our car in the night before our morning flights and their shuttle drops us right off at the airport entrance. The beds are super comfortable so we know we will be able to get a good nights sleep before a long flight. This facility is clean and the staff is great.

Du to a large convention had to stay in this airport hotel fro a couple of days and commute to the city. The hotel is good, but not outstanding. Good bed, very clean. Bathroom was OK and the included breakfast was not marvelous, but pretty decent and with enough option to satisfy most people. Personnel and servants were very nice and helpful.

Rooms were spacious and very clean . Breakfast was included in rate ,it is typical motel breakfast just passing OK . Have a shuttle bus to and from the airport about 10 mins away . We used it to go to the Trax (UTA light rail ) to go downtown runs every 15 mins . You call when you get back and get picked up again very handy Do not worry being so close to airport you do not hear a plane

We have stayed at many Best Westerns and this one is BY FAR the best. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were in perfect shape. (We stayed at Lake Powell the night before and that bathroom was in need of much repair.) The breakfast area was open to the lobby and that made it seem more welcoming. The price per night was sooo reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Breakfast cold and empty, told them and it was not addressed. This was to be expected at 0930 or closer to closing, but not at 0800. The good thing is that I got upgraded at check in, but I am a silver member so it is normal. The difference is that I didn't have to ask for it.

We were tired, after a long week in Yellowstone. Staff were very nice, and helpful. We would stay here again, next time through SLC. Highly recommend. Breakfast looked good, but we were going to be late to our flight, if we indulged.

Stayed with my girlfriend for our annual get away. The room was nice and very quiet. We had plenty of room to move around and even though it was right across from the pool, it was very quiet. Rick was especially nice and helpful.

Convenient access from interstate 90. Not far from the airport, and about 17 minutes from downtown. Eateries are close by and breakfast was typical hotel fare. Other hotels are within waking distance and it is located in an industrial park.

A year ago, I stayed and this was fine. But this past week, I didn't really stay. However, they charged me for the night. Here is the story. I tried to make a reservation on the BW website, and hit submit. Got an error message, fixed the error and hit submit again. What I didn't realize was the date of the stay reverted to the the very next day instead of almost a month out when I'm really going. So, I did get a confirming email, but didn't check it right away. Imagine my surprise to see the charge on my card a day later! Called manager - nothing. Called BW - nice, but nothing. Has this happened to anyone else???

If you've stayed at the McLarron Inn in vegas you know why they equip the guests with ear plugs. Considering the distance from the airport in SLC, this was a much better experience. The cost was reasonable this time I stayed there and was pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.

We stopped in Salt Lake City on the way home. We had a pleasant experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel near the Airport. We enjoyed the cheese omelet for breakfast. The room was very comfortable. It was pleasant experience and a nice place to stay.

just stayed overnight before driving up to Wyoming Nat. Parks, but the hotel was very clean, friendly, and gave us a good nights rest before our long drive the next day. Good breakfast too. I would definitely recommend it.

Stopped through for the night after a 12 hour drive and just wanted to relax and watch TV before bed. But that wasn't going to happen for at least 40 minutes- cable wasn't loading. I immediately called the front desk, she said she would send someone right up, and I even made a point to say, please try to hurry because we are tired! Meanwhile, I decided to unload the car, drink a beer, make a phone call and 30 minutes later, they still hadn't even been up to our room! I went to the front desk and she hadn't even attempted to send up anyone after I initially complained! Finally a very nice and helpful gentlemen employee followed me up to our room, 334, and confirmed the TV had to go through a "setup wizard" and reprogram itself. We finally got to watch a little TV after camping for weeks. But we weren't in the clear!- had to wait for the TV to do the same thing the next morning to watch the news. I realize this is a "first world" problem but very annoying nonetheless. Also, at 9am I hear at knock at the door and before I can even get out of bed, housekeeping was trying to come in! Not ok and a complete invasion of privacy. A couple other annoyances, coffee cup lids in room do not fit cup so beware of coffee spilling down your arm as you try to start your day. And housekeeping did not empty the ice bucket from previous guest so I accidentally dumped water all over myself when I reached for it. Another issue to be aware of, the hotel allows people to park for the airport and leave their car, so when we arrived around 10:30pm on a Thursday- there was barely one spot left in the back corner of the lot! On a positive note, the room and hotel is overall pretty clean! (Of course still found stray hairs in the shower) But I guess all the little things really added, especially when we were only there 12 hours. I would've shared some of these complaints when I checked out, but they didn't even ask how our stay was so I guess they can just read about it here!

Very good quality for the price, as we expected from a BW. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. The hotel is very well maintained, courteous staff, good breakfast (included). We also chose this hotel because of the location, close to the airport (5 minutes) and the highway, which makes it easy to come and go. A few cons that annoyed us : breakfast room is small, so it gets crowded easily and you have to wait to be seated for breakfast. Wifi connection is very slow.

Was very upset when had to move my motorcycle from the front of lobby so van driver Amir could park the shuttle van. He was very Rude and couldn't wait until I moved my bags from the motorcycle. Have stayed at Hundreds of Best Westerns all over The U.S. and Canada. and this was a first for me..

We stayed two nights in the hotel as we wanted to visitors the speed week on Bonneville salt lake and SLC. As the hotel is located direkt at I80, its perfect located for this purpose. The Check in was possible even 2 hours before officially check in time and very friendlY. Rooms are quite, clean and modern. Gym and Pool are available. Continentel breakfast and Grab'N' Go breakfast.

Not the best hotel. Staff not helpful and room small. We started our National Park tour here. We ended trip at the Fairfield Marriott next door which is a major upgrade over this. Breakfast served---but nearbye restaurants are hard to find.

My husband & I needed to book a hotel room for an early flight out of SLC. Although only a suite was available, the room was very nice appointed, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. In the morning, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was extremely helpful & pleasant. We would definitely use this facility again in the future.

Amy at the front desk was EXCELLENT. She printed our boarding passes. She was very calm and polite, even tho she had to answer the phone while she was doing this. She also told me about the airport shuttle and the go breakfast. We appreciated all the services and help, at the end of our trip. We had just spent a week in Jackson Hole and Yellowstone.

This was a nice place for us to stay that was off the beaten path and away from the city. They have a great breakfast and very comfortable beds. Price was right so we'll stay there a few more times. We went to a concert and this is just down the road, so it was nice to have some place close to stay.

This hotel was just fine. Large rooms, heated indoor pool and spa. Breakfast had veggie omelette, cereals, fruit, juice, make your own waffles, bacon, and more. Pool towels were tiny and you could not take them out of the pool area. I dripped water down the hall, in the elevator and all the way to my room. Older facility that has been updated.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Airport for one night as we continued on our travels. The hotel had only one room still available. Lucky for us it was a king Suite with a Jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was pretty standard for hotels these days. Preformed cheese omelets that can double as hockey pucks, assorted juices, cereals and breads. The hotel is a large 3 story building and it only has 1 very small, AKA tiny elevator. Don't know how that met code.

Excellent service and accommodations! Very pleasant and friendly staff. Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Check in and check out was very easy. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

We were welcomed and very easy check in. Ample on site free parking available. A luggage cart was available which made moving our luggage to the room very easy. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was as expected; omelet, bacon, various cereals, fruit, coffee, juice etc. I did not like the shampoo and lotion in a dispenser. A side note - the Salt Lake City traffic is HORRIBLE!! A nice hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner was noisy; it sounded like an alarm buzzer when it kicked in. The breakfast did not include any hot food except waffles. The hotel is very convenient to the airport.

Stayed here as a stop on a road trip because it's convenient for I-80. Expected some airport noise and busy parking lot due to location but we were pleasantly surprised to find we were wrong. Easy parking, quiet property, friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with omelets instead of the more typical scrambled eggs. Staff topped up the food 3 times while we were there. Family friendly food and seating. Very comfortable beds in the room. This location is good for those passing through or headed to/from the airport, but I wouldn't suggest it as a base to explore the city from as it is pretty remote for that.

We came to this hotel based on its location near the airport, and because my son works at a Best Western and gets a discount. However, I would definitely stay there even without the discount! Property is very well-maintained, common areas are super clean, and all of the staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a fridge and microwave, bed was really comfortable, and ZERO airport, traffic or other room noise! The pool and hot tub were also very clean and pleasant to use. Overall probably the best Best Western experience I have had in some time!

Basic courtesy from the counter staff was incredibly lacking. When this was pointed out I was greeted with what was either a blank stare or a condescending stare, still not sure... Was promised a phone call from the manager, that was three days ago, still no call. There are half a dozen hotels you pass on your way to this one. Pick one of them and save some gas.

Room was clean and comfortable. Back entrance to hotel didn't lock door just hung open. Recently remodled, very shabby work. Cigarette butts all around back enterance. Truckers parked around back with trucks running.

This hotel was the least expensive of the three hotels we stayed in during our trip out West. It was very clean and quiet. It had a pool and whirlpool that we were way too tired to try out. They don't have a restaurant, so the lady recommended we go down the road to a hotel that did to have a glass of wine and dessert. Considering it was by the airport, I was amazed at how quiet it was. I didn't realize how many people were actually there because I did not run into anyone when we checked in around 4. Though there were plenty of cars out front. Didn't notice until the free breakfast. It was rather crowded then but we managed to find a seat. Breakfast was very good. Out of the three hotels during the course of our trip, we rated this hotel the best. The bed was exceptionally comfy. Very clean. Definitely will stay there again.

this is a clean and nice hotel located in an industrial park west of the Salt Lake Airport. the room prices are good but the access to dining options and Salt Lake City venues is less than desirable. Travel time to downtown Salt Lake is approximately 30 to 45 minutes. If you want to save money on accommodations this is the place. If you want to see the sights, not so much.

Great place, large immaculate room with all the amenities and super comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Many selections in the breakfast area. Friendly staff. Convenient location. If I were to travel that way again I would certainly use this hotel. I would give it a 10

Upon check-in I was Pleasantly greeted and treated with the Upmost respect. All inquiries were acknowledged and understood. Amy has done a wonderful job!! Great Customer Satisfaction… Highly recommended!! \\ At check-out it was explained that my point balance was sufficient, 20000 points for a free stay, and my credit card fees would be refunded. Later that day, still on vacation and staying in two more hotels after this, I received a rude phone call from management and as It turned out that the balance was not refunded and the points could not be used, Instead of explaining the situation, the Manager was extremely rude.. Very Poor Customer Satisfaction.. I have not been treated this way in any of my stays at Best Westerns. Never even got a name! Make sure if you stay here to ask for Amy… P.S. The Manager of the next Best Western the following day helped me with my points..

The best Western worked great for our short stay to catch an early flight. Great typical breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We even took advantage of the washer/dryers. I would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the people are very nice, however we found a pair of pants that were not ours in our room under a bench and our thermostat was very temperamental. Its was a very pretty hotel but it has some kinks.

I stayed at this facility with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law after a flight from NYS. The staff was welcoming, our rooms were immaculate and spacious. We appreciated the variety of choices at breakfast. Stay here if it fits your travel plans.

The hotel was clean, but there was a terrible smell when you walked around the hotel...staff was very helpful...little noisy...room was very comfortable and staff was helpful....nice amenities and wifi adequate.

We really liked that it was still looking new and really clean. Nice place. Service was great. Receptionist when we got there she was really friendly and answer all our questions. Breakfast was really good.

I stay in the hotel just one night for next morning flight. The AC in the room did not work properly. I called fron desk. The service guy came in my room. However, he did not fix it. After I complain to fron desk, the girl came to my room and gave me keycard for another room.

Great pleasant staff, quiet and clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Places to eat near by. Staff very helpful and giving info on close restaurants. Easy to find and for being near airport you do not hear the airplanes within the rooms. This was a family vacation and worth the stop. Will stay again.

Clean, Comfortable hotel within 5 minutes of airport and 10-12 from downtown SLC. Comfy bed and pillows, toiletries provided. Typical breakfast offerings. I've stayed here before. This is a great option if you don't need a lot of eating or shopping opportunties within walking distance.

This Best Western has a convenient location very close to Salt Lake City airport. The rooms are comfortable and the place is clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. There is a shuttle service from and to the airport. The location is convenient to the airport but it is several miles from the city center.

This hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle. The staff are exceptional and always willing to got the extra mile. This visit we were checking out before the breakfast was open but the employee setting it up ushered us in to take what ever we would like on the shuttle with us and some coffee to get our day started. The same young lady checked us in and out this trip and last and is always so pleasant to deal with. The shuttle driver is always punctual and pleasant. I have and will continue to recommend this property.

This hotel was very attractive, clean and well equipped. My husband and I especially enjoy having a refrigerator in our room. The television is excellent and the wifi is free, which is very important to me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay in this motel again happily.

We always try to stay at Best Western hotels when we travel. We were pulling a patio boat with a truck and the Management was very accommodating in allowing us to park securely. The hotel was very clean and staff accommodating. The only issue was that the breakfast was cold....eggs, meat!! Other than that - no other issues.

Although the hotel seems relatively new, it is a little on the dark and dreary side. Of course that could have been in part due to the terrible thunder storm that we arrived in the middle of. We arrived late and even though it is billed as an airport hotel, there was no regular shuttle service. After about 15 minutes, I called the hotel and finally a shuttle was dispatched. The next morning, I had a 5 AM shuttle reservation but it took two calls from the desk to find the driver who finally arrived at 5:40 AM. Turns out he had the van for the Super 8 hotel. Also there was no food available. I certainly will not return. On a positive note, the morning front desk clerk was delightful!

I stayed 7 nights. The first day I arrived so late "around 1:30 am". When I asked "begged" them to extend my last day just to perform my prayer "late checkout" to 2:00 they refused. I told them if I stay in Comfort Inn for one night they will grant me late checkout without problems. But I understand now that If I see the receptionist "Indian - originally from India" I will never be be granted any late checkout regardless. Again, In future, if I'm planning to stay in any Best Western or any other hotel and notice the receptionist "Indian - originally from India", I need to check out the next day and move to another hotel. I was surprised when I asked again the receptionist "one day before my departure" for late checkout "2:00 pm", she called the janitor if she can accept late checkout, the Janitor immediately answered "Big No No No we can not"

We flew into Salt Lake City to drive across Utah to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The Best Western Plus Airport Inn and Suites served as a good starting point. The hotel is newer and the rooms are clean with beds that are comfortable. The breakfast is the usual Best Western fair. Staff was kind with the exception of when we ask for two extra pillows they said they had only one in the entire hotel. Overall it was a good stay . . . and we would stay again at this hotel if we would come to Salt Lake City.

My wife and I stayed here due to the proximity to the airport, parking and airport shuttle. When we checked in we were told that the shuttle left every half hour for the airport. We were up and out by 6am, but we're told that they did not have shuttle service every half hour. The desk clerk called another hotel and we had to wait until their shuttle came out pick us up. The night shift needs some training. We could have missed our flight. Be careful if you stay here!

Beds are awesome and super comfy. Breakfast has more options than you can eat. Staff is super-friendly, and it's nice and quiet away from the noise of the city. For us this was a short stay and it was totally worth not having to drive all the way home.

Breakfast was just ok, but staff was friendly and accomodating, room was perfect and value was spot on. My oldest daughter checked in a few hours before us and even though she was not on reservation she was checked in and my other daughter and I ' got in later but despite the hour we were warmly greeted and as valued customers. I like that

Didn't disappoint for a Best Western Plus. The rooms were spotless as was the lobby area and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast wasn't what we usually enjoy at other Best Western Plus locations, but it was OK. A few more choices would have been nice. Could have included more fruits and real eggs. This is the only reason I did not rate this property as a 5. If our travels take us here again we will definitely stay here.

We have always had good experience here. The hotel is clean, has good staff, free breakfast and at a decent price. This is why we come back to this hotel. This has been the fourth time in past five years and it won't be the last time.

The rooms are great, and I love the location. There are also some good places to go for dinner within walking distance. In addition. although it's close to the airport, I didn't hear any planes. I was driving, however, and I loved the easy access to I-80. It's a good base for exploring the city or to use as just an overnight stop. I will stay there again if I'm touring the city and traveling further east.

Arrived one night early for stay in a timeshare and chose this hotel as it was a quick trip from airport. On arrival we were treated as welcome guests and the check in was quick and efficient.Hotel is only 3 years old and still looks brand news. I am a clean freak and found this BW to be spotless. Will probably stay here again.

We stayed here on our trip to Salt Lake City. It is in a good location, close to the expressway exit and is an easy drive to Downtown Salt Lake City and Provo/Orem area. It was cheaper and nicer than staying Downtown. Breakfast and coffee was good. Love those waffle irons and bacon! We did have some troubles with our room. The refrigerator didn't work and smelled bad. We asked for a new one but never got one. The desk chair looks like something from IKEA and fell over while it was sat on. I would stay here again, especially at the prices we paid for the room. It isn't a 5 star place but a solid 3 or 4.

The staff are not friendly at all. Whole time I was checking in I had impression that I was a burden to them . The desk chair did not function properly. The towel rack in the bathroom was about to fall off.Breakfast was so so. Hotel need better staff in order to continue the business.

The Best Western near the airport is quite simply a wonderful place to stay. Very good value, clean, modern and new, quiet, wonderfully comfortable bed, great tv selection, good breakfast offering and fast internet. Staff is very helpful and service oriented to make for a great stay.
