« Great property, great rooms. »

This was by far one of the best and nicest Best Western that I stayed at. Great and helpful staff, nice rooms, great breakfast. We checked in late, the staff was helpful to hold a key for my wife while I went to the room with my kids. Breakfast items were a wide variety with items like Nutella for bagels and toast and a variety of yogurts with Greek yogurt as an option which you don't usually see.

« Good for stopover only »

Would only recommend this hotel if one needs a place to stay overnight between flights. Hotel itself is satisfactory and fairly new but there is literally nothing to do in the vicinity and it's challenging to find a place to eat.

« Great stay at the airport! »

Clean, quiet room, comfy bed and pillows, and standard breakfast fare. TV choices were not so great. Good customer service, friendly, professional staff. The property is easy to find and includes airport shuttle which we didn't use this time. We got a super rate for this stay.

« Convenient to the airport and has a very good breakfast buffet »

My wife and I stayed here on two occasions recently, at the beginning and the end of our Utah vacation. It is easy to find and only a 7 minute or less drive from the airport. On the first night, parking was scarce as the place was sold out except for one room. At the end of the trip, there was much more parking availability. Reception was very helpful and courteous. On the final evening, I couldn't get the computer in the business office to co-operate to print out the Boarding Pass but the helpful clerk at the front desk got it all arranged perfectly. Thanks! The rooms are quiet and clean. The first night, the TV did not work but after reporting this , a replacement was supplied and it worked well. It would be helpful to have a printed sheet of available TV channels close to the remote. No problem with the TV on the 2nd stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a counter with plenty of space and was good and clean on both stays. The breakfast buffet was very good. Two fine female employees were in charge and did a wonderful job of keeping everything refilled and fresh. As usual, I was somewhat dismayed as few patrons seemed to be offering the two employees a tip. Those girls are up early and do a tremendous job. They were happy, helpful and were working hard and need to be recognized for their contributions to a very pleasant experience for the guests. We will most certainly stay at the Best Western next time we are in town.

    « Excellent stay »

I met a friend in SLC and we stayed here three nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast two morning s, it was basic but good. The breakfast room was very comfortable with good seating arrangement. Staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Easy access to and from the airport, we rented a car and found the directions to the city fairly easy.

    « Fraudulent Charges »

I had previously tried booking a reservation online, but the reservation was never completed and no confirmation number was ever given. Best Western still charged me for a hotel I never stayed at. I have reported the fraudulent charges on my account to "Rick" the manager and all he could say was "No Refund will be given" over and over again. Finally I contacted BW Customer Care and my bank to report this.

« Good hotel, great staff »

Very helpful front desk staff made us feel at home. And the staff of the breakfast room made special arrangements for our dietary needs. Great place to stay just west of SLCity. Easy access to airport, quick to get to the City also. We really enjoyed the twilight view from Ensign Peak - don't miss it!

« Wonderful stay at Best Western Plus »

As soon as we walked into the lobby there were cute decorations everywhere for Halloween and even pumpkins outside. We were checked-in quickly and able to find our room easily. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and kind. They allowed us to have a late checkout which was very helpful and it was a great relaxing stay! :)

    3
« Friendly staff, ok hotel. »

First, check in was very quick, there are many flashy hotels in this area, a few fast food places, one gas station. Staff were friendly, our room was ok, clean, simple. Two bed queen room and one bed was awesome, very comfy, the other bed not so much, springs were poking us when we lay down on it. The pool seemed slimy, and the laundry room closed at 10pm even though we had clothes in the dryer. Breakfast was pretty good, standard hotel breakfast! Ok hotel, somewhat pricey for the accommodations.

    4
    « Close to airport »

The primary benefit of choosing this hotel is that it is near the airport and fairly easy to find, although there are several other hotels closer. The breakfast is acceptable. Nothing stands out, and there were no deficiencies.

    « Comfortalbe Stay »

This hotel was very comfortable, clean, and friendly. We like staying at Best Westerns because of these reasons and that they always have a very nice breakfast every morning. While the parking lost seems a bit small for this hotel, everything else was just fine for the nights we spent there.

    4
    « Good Stay »

I stayed here for two nights for business as I wanted to be close to the air port as I had to board a flight at 5:00 a.m. The hotel is in a good location which is a quick couple of minute drive from the airport. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels but there is not much is the way of food or dining nearby that I saw. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent. My check in and checkout went smoothly. The breakfast area is large and clean however I personally did not care for the food. The workout room met my needs for a business area and it featured a pool and hot tub however I did not use these. The phone in my room did not work but they did get this fixed right away for me. The only negative is the wake up call I asked for never came so I had to rely on my phones.

    3
« Great For Early Flight »

I stayed here because I had a very early flight. The room was quiet and clean and I really appreciated the elevator for my room on the second floor. Very comfy bed, rather tiny pillows. I left to early to partake of the free breakfast, so can't comment on that. They very kindly offer a 'grab and go bag' of fruit and water for early departures. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

    4
« Great location- especially if towing or driving a uhaul. »

This hotel was in a safe neighborhood. There were plenty of parking spaces that could fit our uhaul towing a car. The room itself was clean. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were okay. I would stay here again if towing a car.

    3
    « Just ok »

Clean hotel, bathroom facet leaked. When we told hotel staff about the facet we were told the facets leaked in all the rooms.Pillows were terrible but bed was delightful .Nice large clean breakfast area.

    5
« Great Place to Stay in Salt Lake City »

Room was large, had refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with their selections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air quality in the room smelled fresh instead of a cover up. The hotel was conveniently located.

    4
    « good »

it is very good hope to better service cheaper and more comfortable provide some running machines and big swimming pool some hotel don not have fitness center and I have not received my membership card

    2
« They need to get their act together »

Got someplace else - the directions / signs are so bad that you will never find this place. I had GPS and still had to stop and ask for directions. It did have a great price and wonderful service but the rooms were musty, the printer in the business room did not work (wanted to print out my boarding pass), and the early checkout was forgotten (had to leave early for a flight). The lady at the front desk was great at helping me but she was all alone - no backup in the entire place.

    3
    « Old and outdated »

There are better options in the airport area. The hotel is outdated, but serves its purpose and offers a nice continental breakfast for free, however all the other hotels offers the same. I'd rather stay at the Hyatt Place if the price is similar, because it is a nicer hotel.

    4
    « convention »

for the most part it was good, the room was very hot when we would come back, problem with debit cards, food was good in morning, I wish they would have had bananas. the driver was GREAT. for the price it was a good place to stay. I wish we could get to train with out having to go to airport.

  • 3
« Definitely not the price stated in the AAA guides. »

The hotel was nice but probably not worth the price, which was very disappointing as it was almost a hundred dollars more than stated in the AAA guide. Rooms and staff were good and the breakfast was decent.

    5
« A great place to stay when using Salt Lake City Airport »

We have stayed in this location each time we have been flying out of the Salt lake Airport. We turn our car in the night before our morning flights and their shuttle drops us right off at the airport entrance. The beds are super comfortable so we know we will be able to get a good nights sleep before a long flight. This facility is clean and the staff is great.

    3
    « Good for Business »

Du to a large convention had to stay in this airport hotel fro a couple of days and commute to the city. The hotel is good, but not outstanding. Good bed, very clean. Bathroom was OK and the included breakfast was not marvelous, but pretty decent and with enough option to satisfy most people. Personnel and servants were very nice and helpful.

    4
    « Hotel stay 4 nights »

Rooms were spacious and very clean . Breakfast was included in rate ,it is typical motel breakfast just passing OK . Have a shuttle bus to and from the airport about 10 mins away . We used it to go to the Trax (UTA light rail ) to go downtown runs every 15 mins . You call when you get back and get picked up again very handy Do not worry being so close to airport you do not hear a plane

    5
    « one night stay »

We have stayed at many Best Westerns and this one is BY FAR the best. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were in perfect shape. (We stayed at Lake Powell the night before and that bathroom was in need of much repair.) The breakfast area was open to the lobby and that made it seem more welcoming. The price per night was sooo reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

    3
« Room alright breakfast terrible »

Breakfast cold and empty, told them and it was not addressed. This was to be expected at 0930 or closer to closing, but not at 0800. The good thing is that I got upgraded at check in, but I am a silver member so it is normal. The difference is that I didn't have to ask for it.

    5
    « Clean and Comfortable! »

We were tired, after a long week in Yellowstone. Staff were very nice, and helpful. We would stay here again, next time through SLC. Highly recommend. Breakfast looked good, but we were going to be late to our flight, if we indulged.

    4
    « Super staff »

Stayed with my girlfriend for our annual get away. The room was nice and very quiet. We had plenty of room to move around and even though it was right across from the pool, it was very quiet. Rick was especially nice and helpful.

    4
    « Convenient access »

Convenient access from interstate 90. Not far from the airport, and about 17 minutes from downtown. Eateries are close by and breakfast was typical hotel fare. Other hotels are within waking distance and it is located in an industrial park.

    « Reservations Nightmare »

A year ago, I stayed and this was fine. But this past week, I didn't really stay. However, they charged me for the night. Here is the story. I tried to make a reservation on the BW website, and hit submit. Got an error message, fixed the error and hit submit again. What I didn't realize was the date of the stay reverted to the the very next day instead of almost a month out when I'm really going. So, I did get a confirming email, but didn't check it right away. Imagine my surprise to see the charge on my card a day later! Called manager - nothing. Called BW - nice, but nothing. Has this happened to anyone else???

  • 5
« Airport hotel much quieter than Vegas »

If you've stayed at the McLarron Inn in vegas you know why they equip the guests with ear plugs. Considering the distance from the airport in SLC, this was a much better experience. The cost was reasonable this time I stayed there and was pleased with the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.

    5
    « Nice Place »

We stopped in Salt Lake City on the way home. We had a pleasant experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel near the Airport. We enjoyed the cheese omelet for breakfast. The room was very comfortable. It was pleasant experience and a nice place to stay.

    5
    « very nice hotel »

just stayed overnight before driving up to Wyoming Nat. Parks, but the hotel was very clean, friendly, and gave us a good nights rest before our long drive the next day. Good breakfast too. I would definitely recommend it.

    3
« Not the best, or a plus »

Stopped through for the night after a 12 hour drive and just wanted to relax and watch TV before bed. But that wasn't going to happen for at least 40 minutes- cable wasn't loading. I immediately called the front desk, she said she would send someone right up, and I even made a point to say, please try to hurry because we are tired! Meanwhile, I decided to unload the car, drink a beer, make a phone call and 30 minutes later, they still hadn't even been up to our room! I went to the front desk and she hadn't even attempted to send up anyone after I initially complained! Finally a very nice and helpful gentlemen employee followed me up to our room, 334, and confirmed the TV had to go through a "setup wizard" and reprogram itself. We finally got to watch a little TV after camping for weeks. But we weren't in the clear!- had to wait for the TV to do the same thing the next morning to watch the news. I realize this is a "first world" problem but very annoying nonetheless. Also, at 9am I hear at knock at the door and before I can even get out of bed, housekeeping was trying to come in! Not ok and a complete invasion of privacy. A couple other annoyances, coffee cup lids in room do not fit cup so beware of coffee spilling down your arm as you try to start your day. And housekeeping did not empty the ice bucket from previous guest so I accidentally dumped water all over myself when I reached for it. Another issue to be aware of, the hotel allows people to park for the airport and leave their car, so when we arrived around 10:30pm on a Thursday- there was barely one spot left in the back corner of the lot! On a positive note, the room and hotel is overall pretty clean! (Of course still found stray hairs in the shower) But I guess all the little things really added, especially when we were only there 12 hours. I would've shared some of these complaints when I checked out, but they didn't even ask how our stay was so I guess they can just read about it here!

    4
« Good quality for the price »

Very good quality for the price, as we expected from a BW. Room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. The hotel is very well maintained, courteous staff, good breakfast (included). We also chose this hotel because of the location, close to the airport (5 minutes) and the highway, which makes it easy to come and go. A few cons that annoyed us : breakfast room is small, so it gets crowded easily and you have to wait to be seated for breakfast. Wifi connection is very slow.

    3
« Not Happy with the service. »

Was very upset when had to move my motorcycle from the front of lobby so van driver Amir could park the shuttle van. He was very Rude and couldn't wait until I moved my bags from the motorcycle. Have stayed at Hundreds of Best Westerns all over The U.S. and Canada. and this was a first for me..

    4
« Very good hotel for stopover »

We stayed two nights in the hotel as we wanted to visitors the speed week on Bonneville salt lake and SLC. As the hotel is located direkt at I80, its perfect located for this purpose. The Check in was possible even 2 hours before officially check in time and very friendlY. Rooms are quite, clean and modern. Gym and Pool are available. Continentel breakfast and Grab'N' Go breakfast.

    3
    « Very Average Hotel »

Not the best hotel. Staff not helpful and room small. We started our National Park tour here. We ended trip at the Fairfield Marriott next door which is a major upgrade over this. Breakfast served---but nearbye restaurants are hard to find.

    4
    « Review of Suite »

My husband & I needed to book a hotel room for an early flight out of SLC. Although only a suite was available, the room was very nice appointed, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. In the morning, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was extremely helpful & pleasant. We would definitely use this facility again in the future.

    5
« Excellent experience in Salt Lake »

Amy at the front desk was EXCELLENT. She printed our boarding passes. She was very calm and polite, even tho she had to answer the phone while she was doing this. She also told me about the airport shuttle and the go breakfast. We appreciated all the services and help, at the end of our trip. We had just spent a week in Jackson Hole and Yellowstone.

  • 5
    « Great Stay »

This was a nice place for us to stay that was off the beaten path and away from the city. They have a great breakfast and very comfortable beds. Price was right so we'll stay there a few more times. We went to a concert and this is just down the road, so it was nice to have some place close to stay.

    4
    « We were comfortable »

This hotel was just fine. Large rooms, heated indoor pool and spa. Breakfast had veggie omelette, cereals, fruit, juice, make your own waffles, bacon, and more. Pool towels were tiny and you could not take them out of the pool area. I dripped water down the hall, in the elevator and all the way to my room. Older facility that has been updated.

    4
    « Best Western Plus »

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Airport for one night as we continued on our travels. The hotel had only one room still available. Lucky for us it was a king Suite with a Jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was pretty standard for hotels these days. Preformed cheese omelets that can double as hockey pucks, assorted juices, cereals and breads. The hotel is a large 3 story building and it only has 1 very small, AKA tiny elevator. Don't know how that met code.

    5
    « Hotel Review »

Excellent service and accommodations! Very pleasant and friendly staff. Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Check in and check out was very easy. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future!

    5
    « Road trip Stop »

We were welcomed and very easy check in. Ample on site free parking available. A luggage cart was available which made moving our luggage to the room very easy. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was as expected; omelet, bacon, various cereals, fruit, coffee, juice etc. I did not like the shampoo and lotion in a dispenser. A side note - the Salt Lake City traffic is HORRIBLE!! A nice hotel.

    3
    « Upgrade the breakfast »

The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioner was noisy; it sounded like an alarm buzzer when it kicked in. The breakfast did not include any hot food except waffles. The hotel is very convenient to the airport.

    4
    « Clean and quiet »

Stayed here as a stop on a road trip because it's convenient for I-80. Expected some airport noise and busy parking lot due to location but we were pleasantly surprised to find we were wrong. Easy parking, quiet property, friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with omelets instead of the more typical scrambled eggs. Staff topped up the food 3 times while we were there. Family friendly food and seating. Very comfortable beds in the room. This location is good for those passing through or headed to/from the airport, but I wouldn't suggest it as a base to explore the city from as it is pretty remote for that.

    5
    « Great Hotel! »

We came to this hotel based on its location near the airport, and because my son works at a Best Western and gets a discount. However, I would definitely stay there even without the discount! Property is very well-maintained, common areas are super clean, and all of the staff with whom I interacted were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a fridge and microwave, bed was really comfortable, and ZERO airport, traffic or other room noise! The pool and hot tub were also very clean and pleasant to use. Overall probably the best Best Western experience I have had in some time!

    1
    « What customer service? »

Basic courtesy from the counter staff was incredibly lacking. When this was pointed out I was greeted with what was either a blank stare or a condescending stare, still not sure... Was promised a phone call from the manager, that was three days ago, still no call. There are half a dozen hotels you pass on your way to this one. Pick one of them and save some gas.

    3
« Room clean but average at best »

Room was clean and comfortable. Back entrance to hotel didn't lock door just hung open. Recently remodled, very shabby work. Cigarette butts all around back enterance. Truckers parked around back with trucks running.

  • 5
    « Very Comfortable Beds »

This hotel was the least expensive of the three hotels we stayed in during our trip out West. It was very clean and quiet. It had a pool and whirlpool that we were way too tired to try out. They don't have a restaurant, so the lady recommended we go down the road to a hotel that did to have a glass of wine and dessert. Considering it was by the airport, I was amazed at how quiet it was. I didn't realize how many people were actually there because I did not run into anyone when we checked in around 4. Though there were plenty of cars out front. Didn't notice until the free breakfast. It was rather crowded then but we managed to find a seat. Breakfast was very good. Out of the three hotels during the course of our trip, we rated this hotel the best. The bed was exceptionally comfy. Very clean. Definitely will stay there again.

    4
    « Industrial Accommodations »

this is a clean and nice hotel located in an industrial park west of the Salt Lake Airport. the room prices are good but the access to dining options and Salt Lake City venues is less than desirable. Travel time to downtown Salt Lake is approximately 30 to 45 minutes. If you want to save money on accommodations this is the place. If you want to see the sights, not so much.

    1
    « Outstanding »

Great place, large immaculate room with all the amenities and super comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Many selections in the breakfast area. Friendly staff. Convenient location. If I were to travel that way again I would certainly use this hotel. I would give it a 10

    5
    « Good inbetween point »

Upon check-in I was Pleasantly greeted and treated with the Upmost respect. All inquiries were acknowledged and understood. Amy has done a wonderful job!! Great Customer Satisfaction? Highly recommended!! \\ At check-out it was explained that my point balance was sufficient, 20000 points for a free stay, and my credit card fees would be refunded. Later that day, still on vacation and staying in two more hotels after this, I received a rude phone call from management and as It turned out that the balance was not refunded and the points could not be used, Instead of explaining the situation, the Manager was extremely rude.. Very Poor Customer Satisfaction.. I have not been treated this way in any of my stays at Best Westerns. Never even got a name! Make sure if you stay here to ask for Amy? P.S. The Manager of the next Best Western the following day helped me with my points..

    5
    « Hotel stay »

The best Western worked great for our short stay to catch an early flight. Great typical breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We even took advantage of the washer/dryers. I would stay here again.

    4
    « Very nice but... »

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the people are very nice, however we found a pair of pants that were not ours in our room under a bench and our thermostat was very temperamental. Its was a very pretty hotel but it has some kinks.

    5
    « Better Than Expected! »

I stayed at this facility with my wife, brother, and sister-in-law after a flight from NYS. The staff was welcoming, our rooms were immaculate and spacious. We appreciated the variety of choices at breakfast. Stay here if it fits your travel plans.

    4
    « excellent value »

very clean, great staff, quiet location, excellent condition. Free breakfast was not so good - ran out of juices, food items not timely restocked, etc.... service was excellent except for breakfast food service

    4
    « Nice visit »

The hotel was clean, but there was a terrible smell when you walked around the hotel...staff was very helpful...little noisy...room was very comfortable and staff was helpful....nice amenities and wifi adequate.

    5
    « Nice place »

We really liked that it was still looking new and really clean. Nice place. Service was great. Receptionist when we got there she was really friendly and answer all our questions. Breakfast was really good.

  • 5
    « excellent front desk »

I stay in the hotel just one night for next morning flight. The AC in the room did not work properly. I called fron desk. The service guy came in my room. However, he did not fix it. After I complain to fron desk, the girl came to my room and gave me keycard for another room.

    5
    « Great hotel »

Great pleasant staff, quiet and clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Places to eat near by. Staff very helpful and giving info on close restaurants. Easy to find and for being near airport you do not hear the airplanes within the rooms. This was a family vacation and worth the stop. Will stay again.

    5
    « Clean and Comfortable »

Clean, Comfortable hotel within 5 minutes of airport and 10-12 from downtown SLC. Comfy bed and pillows, toiletries provided. Typical breakfast offerings. I've stayed here before. This is a great option if you don't need a lot of eating or shopping opportunties within walking distance.

    5
    « Comfortable and convenient »

This Best Western has a convenient location very close to Salt Lake City airport. The rooms are comfortable and the place is clean and quiet. Breakfast is included. There is a shuttle service from and to the airport. The location is convenient to the airport but it is several miles from the city center.

    5
    « Another great stay »

This hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle. The staff are exceptional and always willing to got the extra mile. This visit we were checking out before the breakfast was open but the employee setting it up ushered us in to take what ever we would like on the shuttle with us and some coffee to get our day started. The same young lady checked us in and out this trip and last and is always so pleasant to deal with. The shuttle driver is always punctual and pleasant. I have and will continue to recommend this property.

    5
    « Very nice hotel »

This hotel was very attractive, clean and well equipped. My husband and I especially enjoy having a refrigerator in our room. The television is excellent and the wifi is free, which is very important to me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay in this motel again happily.

    4
    « Cold Breakfast »

We always try to stay at Best Western hotels when we travel. We were pulling a patio boat with a truck and the Management was very accommodating in allowing us to park securely. The hotel was very clean and staff accommodating. The only issue was that the breakfast was cold....eggs, meat!! Other than that - no other issues.

    3
    « Not a Great Experience »

Although the hotel seems relatively new, it is a little on the dark and dreary side. Of course that could have been in part due to the terrible thunder storm that we arrived in the middle of. We arrived late and even though it is billed as an airport hotel, there was no regular shuttle service. After about 15 minutes, I called the hotel and finally a shuttle was dispatched. The next morning, I had a 5 AM shuttle reservation but it took two calls from the desk to find the driver who finally arrived at 5:40 AM. Turns out he had the van for the Super 8 hotel. Also there was no food available. I certainly will not return. On a positive note, the morning front desk clerk was delightful!

    « Late checkout »

I stayed 7 nights. The first day I arrived so late "around 1:30 am". When I asked "begged" them to extend my last day just to perform my prayer "late checkout" to 2:00 they refused. I told them if I stay in Comfort Inn for one night they will grant me late checkout without problems. But I understand now that If I see the receptionist "Indian - originally from India" I will never be be granted any late checkout regardless. Again, In future, if I'm planning to stay in any Best Western or any other hotel and notice the receptionist "Indian - originally from India", I need to check out the next day and move to another hotel. I was surprised when I asked again the receptionist "one day before my departure" for late checkout "2:00 pm", she called the janitor if she can accept late checkout, the Janitor immediately answered "Big No No No we can not"

    « Salt Lake Stopover »

We flew into Salt Lake City to drive across Utah to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The Best Western Plus Airport Inn and Suites served as a good starting point. The hotel is newer and the rooms are clean with beds that are comfortable. The breakfast is the usual Best Western fair. Staff was kind with the exception of when we ask for two extra pillows they said they had only one in the entire hotel. Overall it was a good stay . . . and we would stay again at this hotel if we would come to Salt Lake City.

    « Training much needed »

My wife and I stayed here due to the proximity to the airport, parking and airport shuttle. When we checked in we were told that the shuttle left every half hour for the airport. We were up and out by 6am, but we're told that they did not have shuttle service every half hour. The desk clerk called another hotel and we had to wait until their shuttle came out pick us up. The night shift needs some training. We could have missed our flight. Be careful if you stay here!

    « Short Stay »

Beds are awesome and super comfy. Breakfast has more options than you can eat. Staff is super-friendly, and it's nice and quiet away from the noise of the city. For us this was a short stay and it was totally worth not having to drive all the way home.

    5
    « Just what I needed »

Breakfast was just ok, but staff was friendly and accomodating, room was perfect and value was spot on. My oldest daughter checked in a few hours before us and even though she was not on reservation she was checked in and my other daughter and I ' got in later but despite the hour we were warmly greeted and as valued customers. I like that

« Nice location, near the airport for a reasonable price »

Didn't disappoint for a Best Western Plus. The rooms were spotless as was the lobby area and the bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast wasn't what we usually enjoy at other Best Western Plus locations, but it was OK. A few more choices would have been nice. Could have included more fruits and real eggs. This is the only reason I did not rate this property as a 5. If our travels take us here again we will definitely stay here.

    « vacation »

We have always had good experience here. The hotel is clean, has good staff, free breakfast and at a decent price. This is why we come back to this hotel. This has been the fourth time in past five years and it won't be the last time.

    5
« Great place to stay »

The rooms are great, and I love the location. There are also some good places to go for dinner within walking distance. In addition. although it's close to the airport, I didn't hear any planes. I was driving, however, and I loved the easy access to I-80. It's a good base for exploring the city or to use as just an overnight stop. I will stay there again if I'm touring the city and traveling further east.

    5
    « Quick Stop »

Arrived one night early for stay in a timeshare and chose this hotel as it was a quick trip from airport. On arrival we were treated as welcome guests and the check in was quick and efficient.Hotel is only 3 years old and still looks brand news. I am a clean freak and found this BW to be spotless. Will probably stay here again.

    « Good value »

We stayed here on our trip to Salt Lake City. It is in a good location, close to the expressway exit and is an easy drive to Downtown Salt Lake City and Provo/Orem area. It was cheaper and nicer than staying Downtown. Breakfast and coffee was good. Love those waffle irons and bacon! We did have some troubles with our room. The refrigerator didn't work and smelled bad. We asked for a new one but never got one. The desk chair looks like something from IKEA and fell over while it was sat on. I would stay here again, especially at the prices we paid for the room. It isn't a 5 star place but a solid 3 or 4.

    2
    « Attitude of Staff »

The staff are not friendly at all. Whole time I was checking in I had impression that I was a burden to them . The desk chair did not function properly. The towel rack in the bathroom was about to fall off.Breakfast was so so. Hotel need better staff in order to continue the business.

« Wonderful place to stay near the airport »

The Best Western near the airport is quite simply a wonderful place to stay. Very good value, clean, modern and new, quiet, wonderfully comfortable bed, great tv selection, good breakfast offering and fast internet. Staff is very helpful and service oriented to make for a great stay.

Please don't stay at this Hotel .staff is very unprofessional ,Gentle Men was very rude looked like someone just woke him up . 5 min sign was up on the front desk but no one showed up until 20-25 mins, he came back he was so Grumpy. This Hotel Charge you extra money to hold your package or luggage no other Best Western charge you extra fees like this hotel does.BIG NO NO NO ... we walked out didn't stay at this hotel .

    « Birthday Trip ruined! »

Our family planned a birthday trip for my Dad. All was going well until we arrived at the hotel to check in. We had made reservations well in advance of our trip. Upon arrival, we were told that the type of rooms we booked were unavailable. We were asked to have a seat and wait for the Manager for 15 minutes. This drug on for an hour with many other guests arriving and checking in without any delay. We had to cancel our dinner plans. We finally got checked in and made arrangements for the hotel to take us to the airport to catch the public train to get to the Jazz game. We were told we would have to take two shuttles due to the size of our group. Our first group arrived before the designated time and the front desk informed them that we were scheduled for the morning shuttle. Are you kidding me????? They did try to hurry to get us over there; however, we were late in arriving at the game. Total chaos!! The accommodations are nice if you can get a room!

    « Great stay »

Went out there to go snowboarding the hotel was very reasonably priced staff was very friendly and helpful rooms clean.. Would stay there again when I go back. Very close to the airport which is a plus has a free shuttle to and from the airport.

« Good hotel close to the airport »

I was in the area on business and stayed at the Best Western Plus Airport Inn. Check in was easy and I was given a complimentary room upgrade. My room was very large, was nice and clean and had a comfortable bed. There was an indoor pool, which I did not use, along with an exercise room which I did use (1 treadmill, 1 stationary bike, 1 elliptical machine and a weight machine). Breakfast was adequate and had the usual BW items. My one complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the poor performance of their wireless connection. My laptop initially had trouble even seeing the connection and once found I could connect, but the connection was slow and would randomly drop (signal strength was weak to fair). On my last night there I got so frustrated that I switched to the wired connection and it was so much better. However, if you have devices that can only connect via the wireless, then you'll have problems. If I'm in the area again, I might stay here again, but the poor wireless performance would make me hesitant.

« Clean, average Best Western »

As always, Best Western's have been very clean and that is #1 with me. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay in a dirty hotel. I had requested in my reservation and again upon check in, to be on the top floor as I cannot sleep with pounding feet above me. The front desk clerk would not accommodate me. I was put on the second floor and as always, had children running above me.. Breakfast was terrible, hockey puck fake egg omelets and not much more... Won't stay here again

« Excellent motel to stay in. »

We have stayed at this motel several times, our first choice when going to Salt Lake. Never been disappointed. Always been well taken care of and fast checkin and checkout. Quiet and plenty of easy parking.

    « Great hotel! »

Great breakfast, staff was VERY helpful and friendly upon check in and when we needed a razor. Nice location with quick access to downtown SLC. Rooms were very clean and modern. Only issue was the room WIFI was not very strong. Nothing you can do about that when everyone is downloading movies!

    « Great Value »

The staff was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, clean and handy with the airport shuttle. Much better quality than one of those "airport hotels" that we've all been to. I will definitely stay here again.

    « Great Staff!!!! »

Wonderful Staff very well trained and professional. Comfortable beds and the indoor pool was awesome. Our whole family has been treated as a family by ziza, Amir and Sonny. we will definitely come back and stay at this Best western only because of the wonderful treatment.only one concern was T.V channel shifting takes longer.

    « "Pleasant Stay" »

Amy was nice at check inn. I had really pleasant stay at this hotel. I wasn't able to use pool but other than that everything was good. I would definitely stay again. Room was quite and clean. Start your day with amazing hot breakfast. Close to airport and highway.

    4
    « Not bad »

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast, internet and sink faucets were lacking. It was nice to have a warmer pool than most hotels. Would have enjoyed breakfast more if the eggs had been scrambled and better bacon

    4
    « Comfortable »

This was a very comfortable and nice place to stay.. The only complaint that I had was that we were very rarely able to conect to the free wi-fi and ended up using a lot of data. My husband was there on business and my son and i were there to relax. We wanted to use the wi-fi but ended up mostly using up our data. the TV was slow for change channels. We don't have cable at home so were looking to watch some TV and were really limited broadcasting, also. Hardly anything to watch.

    3
    « Close to Airport »

This hotel is fine. However, the staff is nonexistent. When you try to check out, no one is around to man the desk. This happened to not only me, but to another customer. The front desk has no one around. This is my second stay here, and the same thing has happened twice to me. The employees like to socialize, so there is not much help. This hotel is a self-service type of hotel. You have to go in search of employees if you want help. I have had to walk the hallways to find an employee. This is not a good practice for a business. Breakfast was your basic waffles and eggs. The bacon was extremely under cooked. Apples were red delicious -- bland and no greek yogurt.

    5
    « Great Staff - Comfortable Room »

Stayed here for a night layover, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good, but very busy. The hotel was sold out the night we stayed and there was not enough room for everyone to sit. The staff was keeping up on breakfast and it was good. The room was quiet which was great for a night sleep

« Better breakfast and pillows »

We usually stay at Cottontree Best Westerns when in Saltlake decided to start staying at this Best Western when in the area but our past 2 stays haven't been that great. Not sure what language they speak but it should be English when guests are around. Isn't very professional when I can't understand what they are saying. The pillows have been bad, always have to get extra. At breakfast, the bacon is always raw. Even after I tell them everytime I eat there. May start staying at Cottontree Best Westerns again.

    1
    « A Hotel to Avoid »

I have often found great value at Best Western Hotels, but this was an exception. Most of the staff at this hotel appear to be unqualified and do not communicate with each other. The shuttle service was unreliable, the pool facilities had heating issues, some of the room furniture was broken, I was given a room that was already occupied; I never got my wake up call, and those are only some of the problems I experienced during my short stay.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Located close to the airport and rental car companies. We needed a room for the night on our way to Park City for ski trip. Call the 800 number an reserved the room at the last minute no problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was Clean and comfortable. The cost of the room included breakfast. The breakfast included the usual waffles, cereal, toast, bacon and eggs.

    5
    « Convenient to Airport »

Convenient to Airport, staff was very friendly .Room was very neat and clean comfortable bed and had great amenities., breakfast was ok it might be good idea to get different varieties . Very nice hotel and would recommend to everyone.

    « Easy and accessible »

Conveniently located next to the airport so was an easy start to my day. Nice to stay out of the downtown when don't want to deal with finding a place late in the day. Quiet and clean. Nice fitness center, reasonable quality breakfast. Will definitely stay here again on my quick trips into town.

« Makes me sad to say this »

Up until this stay I have always had great experiences with Best Western Plus. This was definetely not the case this time. The lady who checked us in seemed disinterested and bothered by our presence. When we got to the room we discovered that there were no drawers in the night stand, just metal brackets on the side where drawers should slide into. The ottoman had been colored on with some kind of sharpie marker. Looked like a child from a previous stay. I will stay at a Best Western Plus again, just not this one.

    « great customer service! »

Our flight left EARLY (5:30am) and we were bummed that we were going to miss breakfast. The employees made sure we had access to yogurt, fruit, coffee and milk and our shuttle got us to the airport on time. Thanks, guys!

« Close to airport, very clean and Updated »

This hotel was one of the most affordable in the area and is one of the cleanest, most up to date and friendly places I have stayed. Nice pool and great FREE breakfast! I will stay here next time I'm in the area.

    3
« Decent, but lacked on daily housekeeping »

This was a decent hotel for the price and location. They offered a free, hot breakfast in the morning. Rooms were as expected. If it weren't for the bed being made and fresh towels, I would not have thought our room had even been attended to. Bathroom was in the condition we left it and floor was in need of vacuuming.

    1
    « Incorrect Billing »

There was an incorrect billing when I stayed here and called the hotel 3 different times and asked for a manager to return my call with no response. I ended up calling the Corp office to open a file for this as well as dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    1
« I do not recommend to stay this hotel. »

Because, two days staying, WiFi was not working and Room was not clean. Poor breakfast service and rude staffs.Left twenty times message to the general manager to return my call but never did not call me.Finally talked an assistant manager and told me if I do not like service than next time do not come back the hotel.

    4
    « Clean »

Clean hotel located just a few miles west of town. Easy to get in and out of, not filled with busy urban traffic. Run by a family who really cares about keeping a quality hotel up and running. Would recommend to anyone needing a good night's sleeping SLC.

    « Never again »

The property is newer and in a very convenient location for a weeklong business meeting I was attending. Parking is pretty tight in the parking lot for larger vehicles but I was able to get a place. Check in went smoothly with my online reservation. Room was OK with a comfortable bed. Heater in room was not working. I called down to front desk and clerk acted like I was an idiot that didn't know how to work a heater. Not much help there. I did get it working by unplugging and plugging it back in, resetting the computerized control. After getting the heat going I tried to get on the WiFi to check some emails. No go. Over the next three days I inquiried repeatedly about WiFi and got increasingly arrogant and rude responses from employees. Apparently their system sucks and they have very poor support from the company that services it. I got myself in a trap because each day as I left I was assured it would be fixed that day. Each evening when I returned it was after check out time and WiFi still not working. I was denied late checkout, and chose to not escalate until the last night of my planned stay when I had finally had enough. Desk clerk would not refund the charges I had paid, but I was so upset I didn't care and figured I would fight it out. Night auditor did credit me for the last night I didn't stay. WiFi being broken is one thing, but having desk staff be rude and arrogant about it is completely unacceptable and indicative of poor management. I predict this property will fail and be taken up by another firm who understands the meaning of customer service. In any case, I will not be returning.

    2
« WiFi Outage TWO DAYS!!! »

The WiFi was out for two days and the hotel staff did not appear to be working on a quick solution. In addition the front desk had quicker answers on how the customer was wrong than how they could help the customer to be accommodated during the inconvenience of the WiFi outage. Really is it that costly to print out a receipt if the traveler was forced to prepay and needs a receipt for his or her records. There are other Best Western properties in the Salt Lake area.

    « dim, but friendly »

If you don't carry your own lighting, consider looking elsewhere. The room was dim. Door switch turned on a single dim bulb at entry...had to get flashlight out to go to bed area to turn on more lights. Staff friendly and helpful. Door locks are NFC/RFID based, not vulnerable to common hacking attacks, which is nice. But, they have trouble making key cards that work. One guest came back to desk three times (while I was waiting to checkin) to try to get a working card. Of my two cards, one worked, one didn't. No spare blanket in room. Pillows were very thick, I ended up using a towel as my pillow ... I don't *want* my head 8 to 10" from the mattress! Bed/mattress mounted on tall metal posts you can accidentally kick and hurt yourself on ... and they make the bed too high to comfortably sit on. Sheesh ... some other BW have proper height beds with spare blankets, variety of pillows, and foot-safe installations.

« Perfect quick stop after a late flight »

I wanted a hotel close to the airport, since I was getting in late and did not want to drive in bad weather at night. This was nice and close. I was able to use my BW Rewards Points to get a free night. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate. I am so glad I chose this hotel.

    « Very pleased »

Hotel was very clean and in good condition. Service was great. Minimal wait for shuttle to/from airport. Had all the amenities we needed. Only one night stay and early check-out, so didn't get to eat the breakfast; but were offered a complimentary breakfast bag to take with us (water, yogurt, apple). A noticeable distance from airport and other attractions, but that helped eliminate noise. Our stay was very quiet and pleasant. Some good places nearby to eat.

    5
« My recent stay at Best Western PLUS Airpot Inn »

For what we paid, an incredibly nice motel. Lots of amenities. Great breakfast offered. Easy check in and out. Only problems is that right after getting into our room, we found a sock on the floor at the edge of one of the beds. Also, in the breakfast area, the tables have legs that stick out and you almost always hit your knees on them when trying to leave the table. And the edge of my mattress tended to sag. If you got too close you could roll off.

    « Comfort and convenience »

This hotel is clean and neat and so convenient to the events of the city. Always greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. It's a direct and easy route to anything you would want to do. It's in a quiet area so that's a plus during busy holiday times. We look forward to coming back when possible.

« I have never had such a horrible experience as this stay. »

It is a BEAUTIFUL hotel. However, it was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The room was small. I have had basic rooms larger than the "suite" I was in. The TV would not work. I asked for pool towels and was told "There are none. The washer wasn't working" The wifi did not work. I asked for an extra blanket, only to be told ?there are no extra blankets?. Later when my TV worked, there was no cartoon, Disney or any child friendly channels at all. The room was dirty. Spills in the hallway stayed over 24 hours untouched. At check out I noticed that my bill was wrong. The $25 voucher I had was not credited. I explained this to the employee and he took down the number and said he gave me a credit. Now that I am home, my visa has 2 extra charges for $25. So not only was the first charge $25 too much, but I was over charged an additional $50. Again, I find it disappointing since the hotel overall is beautiful. I can see a disconnect with management. There is an obvious ?minimalist? feel to the amenities.

    4
    « Nice overnight stay »

Chose this place because it was close to the airport since I was landing pretty late. Also, the price didn't hurt either. I don't know why this place received such avg. ratings. Parking lot was full by the time I checked in. Would have liked it if the hotel was closer to the other hotels instead of out by itself. The lobby was clean and the breakfast area was right next to the lobby. The room was a nice size and very nicely acquainted and clean. My only complaint is the bathroom. It's so small inside and with the door opening towards the toilet, I have to take a star away for that. Will be very tight if there are 2 people in there. Would have liked to have an outside sink. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast itself is pretty standard. Omelette, bacon fruits and pancakes. Not the best in the world, but will get you through the day. And of course, you can't complain because it's free and will save you at least $10 compared to going out to Denny's or something breakfast spot. This is not my first choice if I come back due to the location, but in a pinch, I wouldn't mind.

    « Great Value »

Overall satisfied with this place. Had one night that fellow guests got a little loud late at night and the walls seemed kind of thin, but it was only a short time. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fine. Overall would have no problem recommending this to someone.

« Would not return to this hotel... »

A family member booked a hotel room here for my husband and I because of the airport shuttle that is included with the stay. The well-appointed suite appeared to be very inviting, but after filling up the whirlpool tub, getting inside, and turning on the jets, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned\\sanitized. The tub was full of disgusting, slimy particles. Went to shower off the filth and had barely any water pressure in the shower. Breakfast in the morning was average...nothing special. Upon our checkout the next morning, we informed the young lady behind the front desk about our"whirlpool" incident. She excused herself to go and get a manager, brought her back to the front desk, and we repeated the story. Got an apology, but that was it.

« Do not be fooled by the pretty pictures. »

The lobby is pretty but buyer beware. Very disappointed in this place. I have not stayed in a Best Western for several years. They tend to be run down and dirty. However, this had great reviews and a great price. We stayed here three nights and it was a typical Best Western. It is official; I will not stay in a Best Western for several years again. The bathroom had peeling paint. See the pictures I uploaded. Not just a little maintenance issue. It was in several places in the bathroom. When they fixed the towel rack, they just patched it up; they didn't even bother to repaint the patch work. Wifi was a joke. Every time I closed my iPad or it turned off, I had to resign in; full login and password. While I was on the wifi I would get lost signal notices as it would come in and out. As I mentioned we stayed here three nights. And during that time I had to have my keys reprogrammed three times because they would not work on the outside doors or my door. Two times I was locked out on the side of the building and had to walk all the way around to the front to get new keys made. They would only leave two towels for four people. I asked them about it and they said that wasn't supposed to happen; they gave me two towels and said they would take care of it. You guessed it. The next day they gave us two towels again.

Excellent choice if you need to stay close to the airport. Price is fair for the value you get. I always enjoy warm breakfast and BW always have it. This time my room was on the 1st floor in front of the pool so I was a little noisy

    « 5 Minutes from SLC Airport »

Courteous staff, and the property was in good condition. A good representation of their Best Western Plus product offering. Seemed like the rooms were a little smaller than the Hamton Inns, but this is a similar type product.

« VERY Nice, Clean and Comfortable »

I went out of my way to stay at this hotel near the airport and very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Nice comfortable clean room and bed was clean and just right for comfort. Breakfast was the usual microwave bacon and artificial eggs and cheese, But coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and breads so your not tied to a hot breakfast if you don't like artificial.

    « Quick In-Transit Stay »

Booked through Hotwire, and weren't disappointed. We had a late-night arrival from the airport and checked in without any issues. The room was comfortable and clean, and the continental breakfast in the morning had the standard selection of options. Check-out in the morning was fast and easy, and we continued our Utah adventures.

    « Best value around »

It may be a little off the beaten track, but I actually kind of appreciate the peace & quiet. It is easier to access from Exit 113 (5600 west) than from 114. Free wifi and breakfast included. I'LL BE BACK!

    « A mess of a stay »

My daughter and I have a mother-daughter date at this hotel 3 years running. From last year to this year, the quality of our stay went way down. The paint was peeling from the bathroom walls. We visited the hot tub at 8PM and it was colder than lukewarm. We had to wait until the staff was available to get it going again. The refrigerator didn't work that well and was unstable. There were no instructions on how to use the tv. And the internet? Pretty much spotty and hardly there. I had to use my phone data to watch netflix with my daughter (hotspot). The upside? I could not fault the staff! They were friendly and very, very helpful!

« Excellent choice near airport »

Very close to airport , yet far enough from flight patterns to be extremely quiet. Easy to get to from Interstate 80. Clean and functional room. Good value for the price, which was great compared to others nearby. Desk clerk was efficient, friendly and willing to provide recommendations for places to eat. Two restaurants within walking distance. If one has a rental car to return, there is gas station 1/2 block from hotel for the final fill-up before the 3-4 mile drive to rental car return. I'd easily stay there again if I needed to be near SLC airport!

    « Couple of dislikes »

If it weren't for a couple of items I would rate this higher. It is a fairly new property in good repair with a decent indoor pool/hot tub. The issues were 1-They have gone to a soap dispenser in the bathroom. It is attached to the wall and there are no bars of soap or bottles of shampoo. The products in the dispenser were cheap and wouldn't lather. Come on guys how much do you save with this set up? 2-The elevator is access on each floor through a standard size room door. Tough to get the luggage cart to go through. 3-Needed to make a note and there were no pens anywhere in the room. 4-There were small kids who were related to the manager running around the hotel, on the gym equipment and in the pool. On the positive the breakfast was good.

    « Nice new hotel »

I booked a night here on Price Line and got a pretty good deal. the hotel was very clean and well cared for, the staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable the bed and pillows were comfortable the TV was nice the Wifi was a little slow. I would stay here again. I got to the hotel pretty late around 11:30 the parking lot was full, the front desk said I could park on the curb. I was a little worried about somebody backing into me. Outside of that it was a great stay.

The hotel was a bit hard to find but clean and pleasant. Since the facility was relatively new the room was quite nice and quiet. The breakfast was somewhat lacking. The exercise facility was a bust as nothing worked properly.

« Pleasant stay and protein breakfast »

I wanted to be by the airport and this fit the bill. It was a nice room with a comfortable bed. I'm not used to Direct TV so i had to work at finding the channels I wanted, bu the selction was reasonable and I was able to sort it out. I really liked that it offered eggs and bacon for breakfast rather than just carbs, carbs and more carbs.

« Nice property easy to access and convenient to airport »

We stayed at the end of our trip as we were flying out early the next morning. Very clean property, good room and bed, good included breakfast. The only down side is the restaurants in the area, at next door motels, are ok but not great. It is however very close to the airport and we would stay at again.

« Excellent location and value for money »

We have chosen this hotel twice due to its location and value for money overall and especially for the friendliness of the personnel! Excellent WIFI and complementary bfst as usual with BW are a plus>

« Clean and comfortable, nice staff »

The hotel has shuttle bus to and return the airport, a nice place for passing-by. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is quite nice and very helpful. They help me to cancel the other room booking successfully without any penalty. Breakfast has many choice with good quality. Laundry service is quite cheap. I just want to say it's a good deal for the trip.

« Gracious Staff Knows Hospitality »

We had a problem with our room assignment, as far as location was concerned, and we were quickly and pleasantly changed without argument or excuses. Our room was appointed correctly, and our sleep quality was good. We had to leave very early in the morning, and were wished a safe journey and given accurate directions to the airport by the night clerk upon our departure. Best Western Plus has an exceptional brand and the little extra you pay is well worth it. Our stay was fine in all other respects.

    « Bad experiance-this trip »

We have stayed at this hotel several times before, you could not ask for better proximity to the airport, which is why we chose it. Usually the stay is nice, quite rooms, hallways, nice breakfast & courteous staff. We have a routine to not arrive at the hotel till later in the evening so not to spend a lot of time in the room. Unfortunaly our last trip was a disaster, the elevator was broke upon arrival & not fixed in the a.m. when we left. We had to make several trips with a weeks worth of travel up 2 flights of stairs (of course no 1st floor rooms available) & thank goodness we were not on the 3-5 floors. In addition we were not told it was broke till AFTER we had checked in. You would think there was a maintenance person on call for situations like this. I have called my travel agent to give her a heads up for future booking she may make.

    « Great Hotel »

We have stayed at this Best Western everytime we go to Salt Lake. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. It is in a quiet area but about 15 min to any conveniences like groceries stores, Walgreens etc.. there is a gas station very close.

« Best Western SLC Airport »

Check in was quick and all was good until I attempted to turn on the TV. Someone had shut off the power strip for the TV, Direct TV receiver box, and refrigerator, It then took 10 minutes for the receiver to download required information in order to watch TV.

    « Re-enter wifi password »

Standard business hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds. Professional staff. Room was very well appointed, bathroom is small though. Very safe and convenient to entering SLC from the west. The Wi-Fi kept requiring password entry. That is very disruptive when checking on business concerns. Stable Wi-Fi is a business need. It is a core requirement for a hotel like this. Personal dislike; shower, lotion and soap dispensers in the bathroom. Public washroom feel.

« Comfy bed, struggles with room key »

The fancy room key card did not work most of the time. I had to keep trying over and over, for an average of three times each time I went in the door. It did not work for the pool door. The breakfast had no waffle machine, which seems to be standard now everywhere else. Had good bacon but the eggs were fake. The pancakes were pale and unappetizing. The bed was very nice, and there was a small fridge. I liked having shampoo dispensers rather than individual small bottles.
