Best Western Hotel St. Jerome

Clean place, polite and professional staff, attached to a restaurant with great food, gas stations close by, hotel is near to a major highway that makes traveling easier to access! Definitely recommend! I would stay here again and again!

Best Westerns have set standards - but some are better than others. The Best Western in St Jerome is definitely one of the better ones! Newly renovated, clean well finished rooms and an excellent bar/restaurant.

This was a last minute thing we have stayed here previously but it's been a few years. Many hotels we have stayed in the past year have us struggling with doing it more often because since the pandemic the cleaning is many is left to be desired and the service is so-so but not at this hotel and it's very refreshing.

Pleasant stay at reasonable price. Nice hotel. Very calm. Stayed 5 nights. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It was a good experience overall. I would most definitely choose it again when in Town.....

I stayed for one night. The adjoining restaurant, Gare 422, was the highlight of my stay. The food was high quality, reasonably priced, and conveniently located. As a hotel guest, I received a coupon for 10% on food items, which I used for dinner. Hotel guests also get complementary breakfast at the restaurant. This is how it works. The prices on the menu are written as voucher + $X. Each hotel guest is allowed one voucher. There are items where X = $0, so if you do not want to spend extra money, you still have many options, and would only need to tip. Same with drinks - coffee and juice are not charged extra. Breakfast and dinner prices felt reasonable to me for the good quality. Room was clean, functional, and spacious. Free outdoor parking. Walls were quite thin and our neighbors woke us up. Check-in was friendly and smooth. Lack of elevators to get to the second floor was a drawback.

Room floor was dirty, front desk staff was unfriendly and had an attitude except for the one gentleman that helped us with our tv remote. Big thank you to him. Asked to have a room away from noise and got woken up the first morning by repairs in the room across from us. We were expecting better for the price we paid. Won't be staying here again...

Fantastic stay! Exceptional staff…service was wonderful Convenient to get to from the A15 Autoroute to the Laurentians and right in the downtown accessible to the Civic Center. Historic beauty where memories are made. Photos are beautiful

We were promptly greeted and made to feel our visit was important to the staff at the front desk. The breakfast, in the restaurant, had a great variety of food items, nicely presented and tasted excellent. Staff were very attentive.

My first stay at this hotel and only for two nights but highly recommend it. Staff was very friendly, service in English or French. The hotel was very clean and in a good location with easy access to/from the highway, a good restaurant in the hotel and walking distance to many others plus a grocery store.

Restaurant and bar closed to guests due to a big meeting of some medical professionals. Apparently they don't have the staff for both. One would think they could hire temporary staffing. But it would appear that hotel managers choose to go the cheapest route.

Great staff, excellent service! Breakfast was included and was delicious. We ate at the restaurant one night and the service was wonderful and the food great. Very conveniently located near the highways.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Would stay here again. Friendly staff with lots of amenities near by. Did not use the small gym or pool but looked like it would ok to work out well. One down fall was limited parking but we didn't have a problem

I have stayed at many BW hotels over the years. Several have had an attached restaurant of some sort. Gare422 which is attached to the St. Jerome BW hotel is NOT your typical hotel restaurant. Gare 422 offers exceptional cuisine. I have not seen a menu like this since I was in France. If your travels will take you north of Montreal and if you enjoy excellent cuisine, you HAVE TO plan a stay at the St. Jerome Best Western.

Hotel is generally what you would expect from a Best Western and we had a nice meal in the attached Gare 422 restaurant. Sadly we were bitterly disappointed by lack of flexibility regarding breakfast. Nowhere at all in the booking confirmation did it say that breakfast was not available until after 7. As we had a bus to catch we could not wait for this. We were told categorically by receptionist and restaurant manager that a take out option was not available. Nor were they prepared to give us a refund even though we had specially booked a B and B rate. Very disappointing that they are so inflexible when info about situation is incomplete.

We stayed one night and had a great overall experience. The room was modern, clean and bright. We were taking the P'tit Train du Nord bike trip leaving the next day. They had a secure storage locker. We left early the next morning and we're given a breakfast box to take with us. Jennifer on the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and thoughtful. We are dinner in the hotel restaurant, Gare 422. Staff there were excellent and the food was great.

We also stayed here before biking the Petit Tren du Nord. Staff was friendly; provided a locked room for bikes. Unfortunately restaurant closed (Monday). Adequate other restaurants available walking distance (5 Min) Breakfast plentiful, but needed to eat it inside.

We stayed here the night before biking le p'tit train. Hôtel has a secure storage room for bikes and provided a good breakfast to start our day. Staff was familiar with le p'tit train organization and was very accommodating to our needs. It's close to the path station so didn't take long to drive there to start our journey.

The room's pretty and easy to settle in. The bathroom is practical. The service in room is fast, if you need to change the bed or to change the towel even in covid time. We really like our experience and will come back there if we have a other event

The room overall was large and spotless clean! The mattress and pillows were very soft and comfy. The included breakfast is good; it's not a buffet breakfast and that's a big plus! The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is that the soundproofing is very so-so in the rooms; we could hear people walking loudly in the room over ours and we could clearly hear the water running when they were taking a shower. But we had a very nice stay overall!

Nice clean hotel. It is well maintained and clean. Soft comfortable bed and staff are very helpful. Hotel is located close to ski hills and there are many restaurants close to the hotel. We had a pleasant stay

We went to this hotel to scope the area and the hotel for a possible future stay in December and were very satisfied with the rooms which have most certainly been recently renovated considering the condition of the floors and bedding. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast supplied at the restaurant with the stay was very well worth, better then most.

It was a pleasant experience. It was very convenient for me as it was close. Hotel's restaurant food was very homely, Choices were great. I like the hot breakfast. Much better than fast food. Restaurant staff's hospitality and service excellent. Restaurant atmosphere was great.

Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and kind. Very laid back relaxing stay, everything you could expect from a hotel. It was a little loud as there were fan sounds and you can easily hear other rooms but It was fine, Would certainly recommend, even just for the breakfast it was worth it!

Stayed at this hotel the night before embarking on le p'tit train du nord excursion. Room was spacious, clean and decor is updated. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was outstanding…highly recommended! Only disappointment was the breakfast-to-go offered, as we had to leave earlier to meet our cycling shuttle. This was very disappointing…hopefully will be improved upon in the future!

I was there for the half marathon race and even if I got back close to the checkout time they still let me take a quick shower and get ready with out making me feel like the was a problem. The bagged breakfast that we could grab before the race was appreciated and just enough to give me that needed start for the race. Thank you for such consideration.

Very nice hotel. Upgraded since we were last there. The staff was very accommodating and even helped us store our bikes. At the front end, the restaurant was not open, so we had to find another place to eat. At the back end, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning and that made for a poor night's sleep.

I experienced a glitch in their réservation system which resulted in the room being booked on the same day as opposed to 6 days later . Manager refused to credit me the night or to change the eeservation

From the front desk to the excellent restaurant and bar area this place is mu=y go to when travelling in this area. Everyone that works here is extremely nice, rooms are neat and clean, food is great in the restaurant and location is super easy from highway but quiet.

The overall look of the hotel was fine, it wasn't dingy or anything. However, it was super disappointing that we paid for a room with two double beds, and when we get our room keys after paying, we get to the room to discover it's a single queen bed. Nothing was done to give us the proper room after pointing out the mistake instead we were just given a cot. Not comfortable, and doesn't even compare to a proper bed. Super disappointing. The staff member at the desk basically said they knew they gave us the wrong room but thought it would be fine since it was a queen bed

Good location near highway. Friendly staff at reception The food was middling quality, so much so that I chose to take breakfast at Cora's even though breakfast was free at the Best Western. My mistake as my friends told me that the breakfast was fine. Dinner appetizers were a bit greasy and my beef tartare felt less than fresh.

We had a nice stay, rooms have been renovated in 2018. The hotel is well located, close to shopping center and the Mirabel outlets. You can go to different restaurants (Nickel, St-Hubert, Score...) and a grocery (Métro) by walking.

This was our first time at this hotel and really enjoyed it.. Nice clean room and restaurant attached was nice. Out door pool in a nice courtyard with flowers. We had room 106 first floor and very quiet Breakfast was grab and go and lots of choices. Would go back for sure.

We had to order room service and the staff person was very helpful (Christine). The cook (Chantal) prepared excellent food. The portions were generous. Jennifer was also very accommodating with our morning grab-and-go breakfast.

here for business. Thankfully for me, due to Covid place wasn't busy. If it was, there would have been issues with noise. Wood construction and hollow walls, could hear what conversations there were in other rooms. And lots of creaks in floors. Grant it place is clean, staff is friendly, location is helpful, especially with grocery store next door. One other pet peeve. There is close to 100+ channels on the tv, yet only subscribed to a handful. Too frustrating to figure it out, and all instructions are in french with no english option.

Hotel is freshly re-modelled with great bed and shower. Front desk staff was great, helpful and polite. Christina in resto Gare 422 took great care of me. With the Covid situation and lock down it was nice to have great food and room service. The two different burgers on the menu were both amazing. Had a few other things that were good as well. Looking forward to being able to sit in the restaurant and not my room once the lock down is over. The only reason I did not give 5 star is that the cable TV package is just basic. Not very good.

We had a hard time finding the place, there was no BW sign except "HOTEL" on top of building. Friendly and evening staff. Good bagged breakfast and great fresh-brewed coffee. Hotel only had 2 stories, so NO elevator. No microwave, unless you request one at $10. Walls super thin. Although I had requested a quiet room away from others, I was up most of the night from what sounded like a "honeymoon couple" TWO doors over. TV remote was difficult to manage and channels hard to find without a paper guide we find in most hotels. Good location, near stores and restaurants, etc.

I would definitely recommend Best Western in St-Jerome. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Cyclist are welcomed, which is a plus for me. The room was clean and the temperature was a nice welcome. It was very quiet and had a great sleep. The breakfast was an added plus, as it was a full breakfast that came with the room.

While the overall stay could be classified as ok, there were a couple of simple things that did rub me the wrong way. Firstly was the fact that the coffee service in the room was not refilled after our first night was a bit irritating due to the current covid situation and not wanting to visit the hotel restaurant. When calling to the desk to get some coffee brought to the room, the only option offered was to visit the restaurant. Secondly, there was only two pillows on the bed and when I requested an extra pillow as the ones on the bed were very thin I was told by the front desk that they did not have any?? This are minor things but not something that I have ever needed to deal with during other hotel stays. Suffice to say, there are alot of hotel options out there.....

Great stay, front desk lady was super friendly, love the full breakfast included with room (omelette bk), clean room, very quiet on second floor, hotel was full and still not too much noise. Restaurant burger was great, also had a steak dinner and perfectly cook. Only negative was bed sheets, wish they were all cotton but overall great. Lots of parking and everything nearby including a huge grocery store next door.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The in house restaurant was nice and practical . The hotel is well located. Should have a carpet at the entrance of the room so the dirt of the boots do not get carried into the room. The toilet needs to be modernized because it is old and very low. The heating system does not seem to work properly in the room. There is a need for a rear entrance from the rear parking lot. The side entrance does not give you proper access to the rear parking lot in winter.

We arrived late at approx. 1 pm but was met with a very courteous clerk who got us checked in imeediately. The room was at the back of the hotel and was extremely quiet. The breakfast in the morning was not the traditional continental found at most Best Westerns. It was in the Hotel's main restaurant. We were given a separate menu for guests only which worried me as in the past that proved to be sub-par. To our surprise, the selection and meals were excellent. We have experienced poor service before when the wait staff knew you were there for a free breakfast but in this case we experienced excellent attention and friendly service. I would definely return.

Nice hotel, easy access of the highway, friendly staff, clean rooms....BUT their TV system is REALLY old and outdated. TV regularly stopped, signal lost, etc. WI-FI wasn't the best either. Great Lounge and restaurant.

Very petty behavior from front desk agent and hotel on Christmas day. I reserved a room for my adult children for Christmas night as my parents did not have enough space for everyone to sleep. I prepaid the cost on Hotels.com and while checking in, the reception agent told me that the reservation was only for 2 people and that i would have to pay extra because they were 4. I'm unsure were the issue was originally created, disagreed and requested to cancel the reservation as they did not want to honor the prepaid rate. I wanted to move to another hotel, but they declined and asked me to contact hotels.com to resolve the issue. I refused to do so, as it was Christmas day and they offered to contact them themselves. I did not hear anything else from the Best Western ST Jerome and assumed the issue was resolved. Best Western ST Jerome, without my authorization, charged my credit card which was presented for damage deposit. I find it unbelievable from an hotel which clearly abuse their access privilege, to pay themselves without prior agreement. This hotel occurred no additional expenses as they offered no service that night, the bar and restaurant were closed, the hotel was empty and the front desk agent did not provide the breakfast vouchers which were included with the room price. Very unfriendly staff and petty attitude from the agent and hotel. I do not recommend.

I stay at this hotel when ever I come to St-Jerome. Have been there a number of times over the past few years. Lovely place, recently renovated. Reasonable price. Rooms are large and well furnished. Friendly, helpful staff and a great restaurant. Good food, reasonably priced. .

I stayed 3 days at Best Western Saint Jerome for the Le Petit Train Du Nord Marathon. The hotel staff was fantastic! The first room they gave me was beside the ice making machine, I asked for a change and they did it right away. I used the treadmill in their gym, it was not state of the art but the machine worked well, there was also some main equipment and even towels. The location is great, central within close driving distance to the Premium Outlet Mall, Costco, grocery stores, restaurants, churches and entertainment area. The breakfast option was really great, the staff at the restaurants were friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay but breakfast needs some improvement. Less choice of food. No fruits. No yogurt. They offer either juice or tea. Not both. This needs to improve. Without a good morning breakfast, we are tired.

Stay one night. Clean, good size room, quiet, parking, Wi-Fi. Breakfast of the Menu. Close to highway and 20 minutes walk to downtown Saint-Jerome with selection of restaurants. Friendly staff with express check out.

It is a nice little Hotel with refurbished rooms. the beds are comfortable and very clean. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also one in the hotel. They have a good dinner and breakfast and breakfast was free with my stay. It is about a 5 minute drive from the Airbus facility. Overall a good stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness, value and service level received at this hotel. Breakfast wasn't a ripoff like in most hotels. They actually provided a full menu of hot breakfast options that was prepared per your order. The clerks at reception as well as the servers at the hotel restaurant were very accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful. All the employees I interacted with had a ready smile and were eager to be of service. I highly recommend the St. Jerome Best Western Hotel.

We only stayed one night on a road trip to Quebec City. The hotel was hard to find because we did not see a sign for the Hotel. There was a sign for the restaurant attached to the hotel which faced the street. There were only small signs for Best Western on the drive way. Parking was free but limited. The check in was easy and the front desk staff spoke English which made it easy. I liked that the room did not have carpeting as I have allergies. Bathroom was clean. The only problem was that the tap for the sink was reversed. Cold was hot and hot was cold. Could be a safety concern with children. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were concerned when we checked in because there was a wedding reception going on the bottom floor. We stayed on the second floor and did not hear the music. The sound proofing was very good. Did not hear noise in the hallway. The complementary breakfast in the attached restaurant was good. We also had dinner at the same restaurant and the food was good. Limited beer choices.

The hotel was a gem as the customer service was top rate and friendly. The front desk trainee, Annabelle , was a darling! She made us feel very special and went beyond her duties to make our holiday enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and staff ,again, were wonderful. Really enjoyed the pool after a long bike ride on the petit train du north trail. Will definitely come back!

Location was great with many near by restaurants within walking distance. The rooms have been nicely updated. The beds are a little soft for my liking but this is a personal preference. The free breakfast was also a nice extra. Overall a very good experience.

A quick 1 night at this BW. We have been there before and always find it pleasant, staff helpful, etc. Restaurant (Gare 422) is also good. Great service, reasonable prices. We also noted this trip that there has been some renovations done at the hotel. Hotel and rooms looking good.

The Best Western in St Jerome Quebec is one of the cleanest BW I have been, Everything they advertised is there, Good reception service, Free Wi-Fi, real towels in the bathroom, and more. 15% discount at the restaurant plus free breakfast.

We booked there as we had enough points for a free night. No problem with check in or check out. Rooms are freshly renovated without any frills. Breakfast was awesome with choices instead of buffet style. Waitress was very nice. We are giving 4/5 because they are doing renos and noise started at 7:13. Didn't sleep much. Note that there are no elevators if this is important to you.

Stayed here twice in December for a total of 6 nights. Stayed in queen and king rooms which were very nice. King bed was a bit soft for my liking but queen was nice. The onsite restaurant for breakfast is nice with pleasant and efficient wait staff. The front desk lady (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) working nights at the Best Western is exception. Very friendly and informative. And took care of any request. For her service alone I'll be back. The one downside is the parking. It may have been due to the Xmas parties that were held onsite during my stays, but parking was very difficult when I was arriving at the hotel at 9pm each night. But like I said, perhaps it was abnormal circumstances. No matter. I'll be back.

When we arrived, it appeared they were in the end stages of an update as there were wet paint signs all over the place. This wasn't an issue at all and the fresh paint really made the hotel look less shabby than many hotels in this category. The room was huge, it could probably support a couch rather than just the chair provided, a couch and table would have really put the room through the roof in terms of benefits for the price. However, the chair was comfortable and entirely adequate for the room. Staff was friendly and helpful with one exception. Both I and my co-worker had problems with the cleaners. My co-worker had the cleaner try to enter his room at 7 which is far too early. I had my do not disturb sign up until 9 when I left and despite the cleaners working on rooms right next to mine, my room was never cleaned. I enquired and was told that it was refused. The cleaners need to be a little more flexible and work around the guests. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as Best Western's without a restaurant. This is a recurring theme with the brand and I find myself hoping there is no restaurant at the hotels so I can have waffles for my free breakfast. The food at the restaurant was good but just more limiting that in the breakfast bar at other Best Westerns. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would stay again if I am ever in the area.

First things first. The room is clean, roomy, and comfy. Looks the hotel got some updated on the unities, and was still finishing the paint job. The 2 floor hotel doesn't have elevator, so if you are traveling heavy, choose the lower floor, otherwise you will need to carry your luggage stairs up. No, there is no help at all. The hotel have a restaurant & bar - Gare 422 - with a good selection of drinks and dishes. The breakfast is served into the restaurant but on menu choice. I prefer the buffet service, but it's not an option. At the registration they will give you one voucher per day to be used on breakfast, but it's give you a limited options on the menu, everything else is paid. The room has a small fridge charged with... nothing. And you just realize it when is late of night, and you are thirsty and on your pijamas. If you are traveling on business and need to use the rest of the day to work, this is not the hotel. The internet is available and free, but the speedy - when it's works - is barely zero kbps, so prepare to have an extra cost on your cell phone bill.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Saint Jerome .Consider it first when booking your stay for next year's race .Comfortable, quiet and extremely accommodating to runners. A special early breakfast offering at 5:30am was prepared for us! Highly recommended!

Hard to believe this was the top rated hotel on TripAdvisor. Not great choices in St Jerome. The first room assigned had an old musty smell and another was assigned. I was told all rooms are "identical" with a queen sized bed and washroom right next to the bed. Wood floors were not very clean, no "kleenex" in the room, average toiletries and substandard pool, facilities, except for the restaurant.

The staff is very helpful.Hotel is very clean.The food and service at the Restaurant in the Hotel is number one.The hotel is difficult to find unless you have a GPS.The signs are too small. Apparently, they have to follow the city by-law.We are an elderly couple. I had a Major spine surgery and walking with a walker.We requested an handicap room. There was a room available with reservation in advance. The shower room is excellent for a handicap person.The only problem was that the room had two beds. There was only one chair in the room. Apparently this is hotel policy. We requested a second chair but the staff mentioned that it is the hotel policy to only have only one chair for a handicap room. My wife was very uncomfortable to sit on the bed and ended up having a sore back. My wife and I went to sit in the hotel lobby where there was excellent and comfortable seating.

Many restaurants close by and easy access to main highways. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy walk to many things close by. I would recommend this place to friends and family if they are looking for a 1 night stay or even a longer stay.

We stayed one night at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The complimentary hot breakfast was much better than expected with a good variety of choices. We also took advantage of "Happy Hour" in the lounge which was a nice way to relax after a long drive. The rooms appear to be recently renovated and are quite lovely.

Found hotel room and price were competitive, clean room, nice size. Hotel location is great, center of St-Jerome, close to lots of restaurants including one adjacent to it (Gare 422). Highly recommend this hotel for stays in the Laurentians.

I have never had a more terrible experience with Best Western. Last time I ever stay at one. My wife and myself and two other couples rode from Ontario to this hotel as it was the host hotel for the local Harley Davidson rally. We had booked months in advance and where given a rate.when we arrived the rate had gone up dramatically in price. When we mentioned that we had a much lower rate, we where told that the manager said the rate we where given was a mistake and the new rate was two and a half times higher.i have never been to a Best Western that charged such insane rates. Harley Davidson has a deal with Best Western to offer their members a ten percent discount and when we asked to use it, the manager had also suspended that deal for the weekend of the rally, of course the hotel was full with Harley riders. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to come out of her office. Now there's customer service for you. The lady at the desk apologized to us for this, however an apology does not cut it. We were blatantly ripped off and the manager did not care, because every other hotel was booked solid. This lady should loose her job and I will be writing a letter to Harley Davidson and explaining the situation and I hope Harley Davidson will get many more complaints and will cease promoting to their member to stay at Best Western. It was no small amount, for two nights stay they charged three hundred dollars plus over our quoted price. Disgusting.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast. Easy to reach from the freeway, and a 15-min walk from the Gare where we picked up our bikes for the Petit Train du Nord trail. Good price; would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute decision for us and it was a great choice! Very clean and helpful staff. Price and location were just right! Great value and great place! Restaurant attached and a pool too! We would definitely stay again. Great for families!

We often come to St-Jerome for various reasons and to see close friends living in the area. When we come we usually stay at this Best Western in St-Jerome. Good location, clean hotel, pleasant staff, nice, large rooms. And the restaurant in the hotel, Gare 422 is also very good.

Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. From reception to the restaurant they really make you feel at home. Very professional and pleasant. Great location off hwy with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Myself and my team really enjoyed our stay. Food is very good and reasonably priced as well.

This is the second time I stayed here because my company booked my stay(10 nights) Complaints of noise went unanswered and the entire hockey team of kids playing hockey in the hall right outside my door kept on playing and going in and out of their rooms, letting the door slam every time. Internet was extremely slow and the signal was very spotty. Was unable to have a FaceTime call with my wife and kids. Morning restaurant staff were awesome and very accommodating. Evening staff were completely useless and took way too long to take order and even get a drink (over 1hr to get dinner). I will surely make it so I will not ever stay again and I travel to Montreal area frequently. Very disappointed. I do have to say though, the house keeping staff were top notch, room always clean and very consistent with how it looked.

The hotel was very clean as was my room. Jennifer at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Especially since I do not speak French. Both the restaurant and bar had a very professional staff, and all the food and drinks I had were top notch. I would 100% stay at this hotel again if I am ever in the area.

I stayed here for 6 nights recently for work. The room was clean and the staff were ok. The location is convenient for the town centre and Mirabel Airport is about a 15 minute drive. I was working there so it was reasonably convenient. The town of St. Jerome seemed like a nice place with lots of places to eat. But the downside was the plumbing in the hotel is incredibly noisy!! I had a ground floor room and at precisely 0600 every morning I was jolted awake the adjacent occupants showering. It was so loud the first morning I thought a pipe had burst! My colleague is currently staying in the same hotel and he is experiencing the same problem. In his words "ridiculously noisy". Other than that it was ok. Other reviewers said the staff were very friendly. I did not find them particularly so. On one morning when I greeted the person at the front desk good morning, the response was very curt and reluctant. Okaaaay well you have a nice day too!!! Parking is quite limited by the main entrance as the attachéd restaurant gets quite busy. On my next trip to St. Jerome in a couple of weeks I'm staying across the street at the Comfort Inn. I'm hoping for quieter plumbing!!

very clean, easy to find, pleasant room, good wifi. Locations has TONS of dining choices, plus their own. We did not eat at the Best Western, but right across the street is a great steakhouse. We have eaten there twice.

Our group stayed at this hotel for the Marathon du P'tit Train du Nord. Could not have picked a better location and hotel. Staff was very accommodating and went out of the way to provide coffee and fruit service at 6am on marathon day for the runners.

Despite having a supposed « extended stay » reservation, there was no way to get a late check-out which meant I needed to check-out before the end of my race. I had specifically mentioned the hours of the race when I made the reservation and was told it would be OK.

very well run hotel, nice rooms, good beds and linens, super clean and a very attentive staff at the reception desk.the small pool is outdoors. the thing we enjoyed less was the breakfast at the attending restaurant, with a hotel voucher you get a very limited choice, much less than in any other BW we stayed at

Everything was nice at this hotel and my stay included a great breakfast. Couldn't be improved upon except to teach the people at the counter to put a smile on their face and to make an effort to be a bit friendly to customers.

My husband and I, along with another friend, stayed at this hotel before starting a bike trip on the P'tit Train du Nord. The beds were comfortable, and the room worked well. Our biggest complaint was that it was very difficult to find, and the signage left much to be desired. The front desk staff person (Asmaa?) was very friendly, and we appreciated her cheerfulness. We also liked the breakfast that you could order from the menu, included with the room price. We chose this location because of its proximity to the Place de la Gare, where we were catching a shuttle the next morning.

We stayed at the best western. It is a hotel and does not have any particular plus or minuses. We enjoyed the company of the staff and appreciated their hospitality. We will come again. If we do it would help to get some better wifi in the restaurant

They made a mistake on my reservation. They failed to send me any confirmation, and then they charged me for missing it without even calling me or trying to figure out what happened. They have abused of my credit card information. They say that they never ask clients before they charge them for missing reservation, no matter who's error it was..

Best place to stay before and after biking Le P'tit Train du Nord!!! Spacious room, great happy hour in lounge, wonderful food. Very service oriented and thoughtful staff. Good place to meet and greet other bikers.

Difficult to find hotel (no signage with hotel name) offers clean rooms. We could here guests in the next room every time they turned on the faucet (sounded like someone was drilling). Make sure to read the find print regarding the breakfast.

I had a high-valued experience. I stayed here with my wife and two kids. We were on the way 20 days' road trip. This place has the most clean and comfortable room among this trip. Also, the breakfast were served by individual selections and much better than other buffets.

They do not seem to think putting up a sign helps one find the hotel. Then they do not seem to think that a malfunctioning air conditioner is cause for a room change. By the time the person who came to fix the AC failed, then left the room, the restaurant had closed, 30 minutes early. As we were traveling by bicycle, not car, this left us with few dining options. Thankfully, Elise in the bar helped us order pizza from a local establishment, she was the only bright spot of the place. Finally, the WiFi signal was weak and connection spotty.Problems created and not resolved leaves a bad impression. This is the most overrated four star hotel I have ever experienced.

Best Western Hotel St. Jerome is a wonderful. The hotel is very well located and it is very easy to go there. The staff is very nice, rooms are well cleaned and beds are very comfortable. I would like to recommend Best Western Hotel St. Jerome.

Clean please comfortable temperature, so important to me, and the breakfast included was great. Staff was accommodating and polite. Room was clean, have nothing to say bad about anything for this place, overall great value for the price.

This is an average Best Western hotel, located on a commercial estate, surrounded by chain restaurants and bars. The location is useful next to the highway. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. It's a good place to stay for a one night stopover, but it's nothing special really. Staff are friendly.

If you like soft plush pillow top beds and puffy soft cloud like, yet supportive dream pillows this is the place for you! Just avoid room 212. The NOISY pipes from a next door shower jolted me awake at 6:45 on a Saturday morning when I so needed to sleep in after a long drive from Toronto and late arrival. The breakfast is AMAZING! Delicious, attractive presentation and economical prices. The service is fantastically friendly and helpful.

Hotel with big and modern rooms. There is also a very good steakhouse that belongs to the hotel. If you plan to stay in Jérome, you definitly have to consider this nice hotel. Before you go to bed you can enjoy a drink at the bar.

Excellent location, closer to work and also to lots of restaurants. Lot of places to visit around the hotel. It is 30 mins drive to Montreal during non peak hours. Hotel does not provide microwave oven, there is no laundry machines. There is no coffee service in the lobby which are the only disadvantages.

We found this hotel through several suggestions in TripAdvisor. The price was reasonable for 4 people. (2 queen beds) and rooms was spacious enough so we didn't feel squeeze all together. The bath was pretty good and refrigerator was available to cool our stuff too. Breakfast was included and offered variety selection of morning dishes (egg style, pancakes, etc.). In addition, the place was close enough to several stores around and great for adventure attractions nearby (Saint Savour water park, New World Rafting) and also around 40 min drive to Montreal. Highway is just around the corner so it's to get on-off right to your new destination as well. Staff was friendly :)

From the front desk personnel to the restaurant and lounge staff, the hotel has a very friendly, polite group of people that treated me like we were old friends. The room was spacious and clean with contemporary décor. the bed was very comfortable; almost as cozy as my own bed. The restaurant food was delicious and not at all expensive, definitely not what you would expect from a hotel. This all made for a great stay. I look forward to staying there again.

I did not expect much going. I reserved for a week but left the following morning. At night when the guests in the room next door will take a shower the noise level was strong that it will wake me up. Every time I will use the toilet it will clog. The staff at the restaurant we're pretty rude and inconsiderate.after this debacle when I decided to check out at 7 am they charged me an extra night because or early departure. Can you believe that??? Maybe it was just fluke. But my experience was pretty bad

I stayed here for work from a recommendation from a colleague who travels more then I do. The hotel was friendly and accommodating, if you do not speak French the reception staff were Bilingual and very friendly. The adjoining restaurant and bar are very nice and convenient. The room was clean and quite. I would stay here again.

I've been to this hotel about 3 years ago and hated it. I'm now back for a conference and seen some changes: For better: - shower looks brand new and works properly; - breakfast was much better (even tasty!) and service was efficient; - good bed and linen. Had a good night sleep. For worse: - the bathroom light switch is outside the room. The switch inside (left after renovating?) does not work. Strange. - no room service. - very noisy fan in the room. Needed ear plugs. - unable to park my car - too much snow in the parking (and it hasn't snowed for three days!). When I told this to the front desk, the answer was "Yeah. The snow guy doesn't do a good job this year.". Ok... So, too bad for the customers? Am I supposed to take my shovel in my trunk? - Noisy. When in my room, I could hear (and, I mean, every word) the person in the next room talking in her phone. And she was not yelling, just talking normally. - The smell in the corridors... Terrible! Now, this should be adressed most urgently! - Hall was... empty. Big, depressing, huge room with a sad little 1980 couch been left there, beside a plastic tree. Wow. - The furniture is truly outdated. Looks also like 1980. The fridge is too big for the desk and the front door won't close. Mirror, drawers, sofa... Everything should be replaced. Depressing. I was glad to go back home. - Weird room setup, all in corners ans walls. I would recommend staying here only if you have absolutely no other choice.

Clean, comfortable - restaurant attached that was very good and reasonable. I did not speak French and all of the employees I met were very helpful. Room was extremely comfortable - bedding very nice. Room temperature control easy to use and adjust. Other restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The only negative is that the exercise room did not have a TV. It was raining the whole time I was there and I had to run indoors.

Room and bathroom were both perfectly clean and I am very picky on this. Free and fast internet. Fridge, coffee machine and ironing needs included. Restaurant for breakfast was also perfect. We will surely go back to this hotel.

Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and modern. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and all linens and bed covers were fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only drawback is that it is not in the immediate vicinity of Montreal. If you're visiting Montreal, this hotel is a relatively short drive to Montreal.

Staff was very disinterested and disengaged from the moment I arrived. Made no efforts to address my concerns. I had arrived late and was looking for a place to eat. Decided to go the bar lounge to see if there were any snacks. There was no waiter. Apparently on a break which lasted more than 15 minutes. Did not get a good sleep due to ventilation system which kept turning on and off.

Easily accessed off Autoroute15, this hotel offers clean, quiet lodging combined with welcoming, comfortable service which is almost standard at Best Western stays everywhere. Our room was clean, large and bright with very comfortable beds, free WiFi, ironing board and iron, and a well-appointed bathroom with all amenities including hairdryer. Two bath- robes are available in the event that the swimming pool is put to use. The restaurant and bar are easily accessed through the lobby and are serviced by friendly and knowledgeable bilingual staff. A limited wine list is available, as are French and English daily newspapers.

We were impressed with the friendly staff and that just about everyone could speak English for us, as are from Minnesota, USA. Everything was perfect! Your hotel was our home base as we traveled the Laurentian mountain area meeting cousins. We loved the sit down off the menu breakfast, especially the made to order omelets, home made orange marmalade jam, endless coffee with a smile. The beds are pillow top and area was quiet. The maids brought us whatever we needed quickly and the front desk helped us with directions and suggestions. Hats off to your staff!! I have spent 12 years working in a major hotel myself and appreciate the extra friendly service.! P.S. If you are elderly or have a disability, request a first floor as there is no elevator. Great hotel off the highway with easy access. I will stay here again upon my return trip to the St. Jerome, Canada.

We stayed 2 nights too relax unwind and take in the beauty of the Park which is 8 mins away from the Best Western..it's breath taking this time of year with all it's fall colours, duck pond, art in the park etc.. as you walk through in awe..Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord!..The Best Western is so clean and well kept it's beautiful. The breakfast that comes with your booking is a full breakfast, so good..the bar is great with 15% off the restaurant, the meal presentation is just beautifully done! The beds were so comfortable I actually slept and relaxed..staff so warm, friendly, and very informative..if you are looking for a little get away too take in some nature, this is the place..Enjoy!

Good, except that I was charged personaly when I was at the hotel for busness reasons. Also the people I was there were put at the second floor when they should have been put at the first floor since they were elderly.

We were staying at the Best Western for our first night before the start of our Petit Train bike ride. Normally we would never dine at the hotel you stay at, but we wanted no complicating factors early to bed and all that so we headed into the Grill. The restaurant was a bit noisy with a 60th anniversary going on so we decided to have dinner in the bar. Lucky us!!! The bartender, Nancy had us laughing from the first moment. This delightful woman has uncanny comedic timing, made us feel so welcome and well it's hard to describe but we 2 couples had the best time because she interacted so brilliantly with us. She is just lovely.

I was very satisfied with the room, staff and food. We only stayed at the hotel for one night and was pleased with the room and the check in. there was plenty of parking and to be honest it was very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends. The free breakfast was great, full breakfast.

air conditioning fans run continuously from morning to evening - the window can not be open constantly noisy from them. laundry room is located on the floor is a big negative. the vibration of the machine and the smell of wet clothes - this is also negative. did not like . What was it fool architect who came up with this design ))(( ...

Getting a warm welcome at the reception is always the best to start a stay in a hotel. Coming into a clean room with nice prepared bed is important as well. Taking a shower in a very clean bath is a must. Enjoying a great dinner (world best filet mignon) in the hotel own restaurant prepares good for the night. Getting a breakfast combined with a friendly smile brings the sun into your heart. That's the everytime experience staying in this wonderful hotel! Great place to stay!!!

We received a warm greeting at check-in! The evening staff saved the first evening, after a rowdy neighbor had to be warned; the staff made us want to continue our stay. The room was comfortable and the king sized bed provided a great sleep. The best part of our stay was the morning staff at breakfast - Christine was a hard working and very kind waitress and even helped us learn French. Serge, the manager, was outgoing and friendly. Thank you!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was super convenient right off the highway. The rooms were nice. Our bathroom looked like it was updated quite recently but the bedroom seem just a little outdated. The bed however was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels and I had the best sleep. Finally, the breakfast was great. It's inside the restaurant and you get a choice between a few meals. Overall, we enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again.

My room was in good repair, very clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel and restaurant staff were great and made my stay very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay there again any time I am in the area again!

Everything was in place. Breakfast had a very good choice. NO rubber eggs. Sunny side up, bacon, even baked beans. IN the B.Western U.S.A. The eggs are rubber, infact too salty, not real eggs. Wonderful choice of all breakfast items and REAL CREAM.

Well located not far from the highway 15 but not affected by the noise, large well furnished room, high quality washroom, good service, included breakfast was excellent. But the hidden type bed is not practical because the night tables are far away, also the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

A typical BW hotel in St Jerome. Easy access to Hwy 15 (north/south). We stop at this hotel as we travel from Halifax to our Muskoka cottage each spring. A modern renovated restaurant with a complete menu from steaks to fish to pastas. I had a half rack of ribs that was excellent. Reasonably priced with breakfast included.

Very good service at the front desk and the restaurant. Refreshed room and restaurant, very nice and clean. Always a quiet place to sleep. On the first night stay, the hotel gives a discount on the meal at the restaurant, good choise of meal and good food.

Frustrating hotel wasn't up front with incidental hold charges to debit cards. They require a $100/day hold on checking acct for a room that was $129. What incidentals? Long distance calls? No restaurant to charge. No mini bar. Ridiculous. No clear notice online or on phone @ time of reservation. Since it was a same day booking, if I decided I didn't want to stay, and have the incidental charge, they would have still charged me the nights charge for the room. 24 hours later, incidental charge still not released. Will not stay again at Best Western.

The set-up of our room was really interesting and almost felt like a studio apartment. Very comfortable bed. Clean and nice amenities. We couldn't hear the highway (our room faced the opposite direction). Breakfast was delicious -- a choice from a menu. The one hilarious/weird moment was when we got out of our car when we arrived around 8:30 pm ...and saw a couple engaged in intimate naked activity with only the sheers drawn on their room. Close your curtains, people. :)

The hotel was a bit noisy at night, we were on the first floor, near an exit door. The parking lot was full on Friday night. The hotel is close to St-Sauveur and well located for the town, close to other restaurants and amenities. We enjoyed the restaurant, WIFI and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and clean.

Visited our family for a couple of days with an overnight at this hotel. It is perfectly located just off the highway, close to many restaurants, gaz station and even a Tim Hortons right across the street. Stayed in an Executive Room (King bed). Very spacious, very clean with fridge, coffee maker, flat screen. There is a restaurant and a nice bar at the hotel for a nice meal or a quick drink. It also includes a free full breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is also located about 10 mins down the road from the St-Sauveur ski resort. All in all, a very nice, clean hotel at a decent price, perfectly situated.

The hotel staff provided a professional and friendly service. I like the breakfast, it is very nice and somebody service you instead of self service. I'll come back more often for this hotel for sure.

If in St Jerome Quebec, stay at this Best Western. All staff are wonderful. Clean, friendly and helpful. Great quiet location. Close to Moron Heights, a lovely Quebec town, great eating and cafes. Also, Dieu De Ciel micro brewery in St Jerome is a must for great fresh craft beer and wonderful food.

Based on other great reviews, we picked this hotel as the starting point for our cycling trip on Le Petit Train du Nord trail. It is conveniently located right off of Hwy 15 N and there is a Metro right behind the hotel to get food and drinks. Check in was efficient and staff were pleasant. There is a secure storage room for bikes, the rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was available starting at 7 am and since the Autobus website indicates to be at the train station by 7:15, we missed breakfast. Ideally, a 6:30 am start would give the cyclists time to grab breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for different reasons and for varying lengths of time. I have never been disappointed. The bar and restaurant on site are good places to go when you don't want to leave the hotel.

We were going to cycle Le Petit Train du Nord Rail Trail. You are picked up in St. Jerome and this hotel is quite close to where you leave your car. The rooms were a nice size and well appointed and very clean. The bed was very perfect. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast which is included in your room rate was tasty and arrived at our table quickly. Loads of choices are available in the breakfast menu. The service staff are fast and efficient with your breakfast as many people have to leave early for the rail trail pick up. This is a hotel where a lot of energy has been placed on employee training. Kudos to the managers as you have an excellent staff that obviously enjoy working at your hotel. I would definitely stay again because the service is too darn friendly to go anywhere else.

Front desk staff was exceptional - attentive, helpful, friendly, efficient. On-site restaurant is an excellent value, but service is hit-or-miss. (DO order the steaks; DON'T order the fries.) Ground floor room was surprisingly quiet - bed was good, pillows a bit lumpy. Shower amenities good quality. All in all, comfortable and cordial place to stay.
