Best Western Plus Paris Orly Airport

I have been booked at this hotel by AF following a missed connection. Hotel is quiet and relatively convenient when flying from Orly (shuttle every 30min when on time and takes another 30min to the terminals). In addition the reception provided incorrect information on the shuttle services and did not care about the incident of their mistake. What I have been more disappointed of for a 4 stars hotel is the bathroom age state and cleanliness. Few tiny bugs seems to be living there too. I do not recommend.

Very poor equipment, very old style . No bar in the kitchen, no service in the morning,no pool, not a 4 stars at all !!! I can not understand how this hotel get this level on the paper honestly… Girl at the checkout so slow…. ……………………………………………..

Regretfully, I am taking the time to write this review to share the disappointing experience that my wife and I had to endure during our recent stay at this hotel. From broken promises to shockingly poor customer service, and an uninviting room - our encounter with this establishment was nothing short of a disaster. Our first issue arose even before setting foot in the hotel. We were stranded after being assured that the hotel's shuttle service would be at our disposal at a specified time. Despite repeated assurances over the phone that the shuttle was on its way, we ended up waiting for an hour, only to be finally told that the shuttle was not coming at all. Their suggestion was to hire a taxi or an Uber, which, as a result of their lack of reliability, cost us a steep 50 euros for a trip that lasted a mere ten minutes. This lack of organization and respect for guests was further displayed once we arrived at the hotel and interacted with the reception staff. The rudeness we encountered was astounding. They seemed to be lacking in basic etiquette and customer service skills, which is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, the disappointments didn't end at the reception desk. The room we were allocated was an absolute letdown. Outdated and shabby, the décor left much to be desired. More worryingly, the cleanliness of the room was well below par. In a reputable hotel, one would anticipate a pristine and comfortable space, but our room fell disappointingly short of this mark. In essence, our experience was characterized by a series of letdowns: a promised shuttle service that never showed up, a shockingly poor display of customer service from the reception staff, and an unclean, outdated room. This hotel failed to deliver a basic, enjoyable stay and resulted in a frustrating experience for us. I strongly advise potential guests to carefully reconsider before booking a stay at this hotel. This was an unfortunate encounter that left us with a resolution to never return, and a sincere wish that we had opted for a different accommodation.

The hotel was nicely redone downstairs. The restaurant was pretty good. The room was comfortable,except the a/c wasn't all that cool. And there was no hot water in the bathroom. Bed was great , room was not decorated however you don't need a that to sleep

We stayed in the hotel between 20 and 25 April , we found many hygiene problems but especially with the restaurant... Inadequate staff who cannot speak any languages other than French. About the restaurant, bad method of taking orders having a very tight budget of only 30 euros which can be spent on a menu of only 5 foods excluding beer, wine but especially water and other types of drinks . The conclusion to this disappointing stay was terrible ,after all the recommendations we received from waiters who could not express themselves in English we had to pay about 200 euros of non-existent supplements ... I conclude by saying that I strongly advise against this hotel which very old and inadequate

Room was tidy and clean. Location of room for a family of 2 young children was awful. Right next to the lift and right above the bar which kept us awake all night. Complained to reception next morning who didn't really seemed bothered.

Good airport hotel with friendly staff and all the required amenities. The lobby and common areas look a bit dated but the rooms are being refurbished and are very pleasant. Restaurant has all you need for a short stay and staff are always helpful.

Stayed at this hotel with a travel group by coach heading to Spain. Rooms big. Food and drinks expensive. Beer 9 euros per pint. Croquet Monsieur 15 euros . Bar/ food area quite small. Not much else nearby. Porterage available.

The bathroom had no hot water on tap, no ventilation, black mold behind the door, no shower enclosure, an there were broken tiles on the floor. In the main room, the thermostat wasn't working. The breakfast was mediocre with poorly cooked potatoes and what looked like scrambled eggs.

This BW was awesome! We couldn't believe the size of the room, but more impressive, is the restaurant! Great food, served late and great music. The restaurant is a music-themed restaurant and has a very cool vibe. We enjoyed it very much!

Nice hotel, clean and warm next to the airport. All the employees are very nice and takes care of the customer needs. The position closed to the airport make the hotel a good opportunity for a night before the flight.

Stayed here twice at this hotel as a group stayed in rooms 122 and 411 (I preferred room 411) • Check in we arrived late as a group and had to read our name from the list on desk and select our key card • You need your key card to operate the lift using your card in the slot (as photo) good security method • Only negative lack of English at Hotel as mistaken my wake up call time. • When checking in due to large group using all lifts I was advised to use the service lift. • Unable to find stairs to ground floor • Breakfast buffet style with a choice • Clean restaurant area • Room clean and comfortable bed • Nice towels • Suitable for overnight stay • Kettle, tea and coffee provided • Porterage available • Large Tv - didn't use • Fridge available • Hairdryer provided

EXTREMELY Horrible experience staying here! The staff was rude, condescending, and racist to black guests (except for Cherry who is super amazing). They refused to change or room or fix the shower that was broken. The broken shower lead to water leaking so we had to put towels down to soak the water up. We reported the issue to the receptionist but instead we were told there was “nothing that could be done”. The refrigerator in the room was also not working told it the issue would be fixed or replaced but never addressed it afterward. None of the ice machines in the hotel work. Also, the location is bad if you get in late because there is nowhere to eat around the location except burger king, and the hotel restaurant is open only in the am for breakfast and happy hour so food or room service for late evening guests arrivals. Wrote an email to the manager 3 weeks ago about the condition of our stay and he hasn't even responded with an acknowledgment response. This definitely is a rating scam because it is unquestionably NOT a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing experience and definitely NOT worth the stay here!

Fine for an overnight stay, friendly staff on reception My one issue was with the lifts, only one of which was in service, and very slow. I ended up taking the advice of cleaning staff and using the service lift, as I couldn't find any stairs down to ground floor.

The hotel was just fine for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The best feature was room service until 11:00, which was great, since we arrived after the restaurant had closed. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable. HOWEVER, do not, under any circumstances use the free shuttle to Orly. The shuttle stops at many hotels between the Best Western and Orly. When we boarded the shuttle it was already quite full. At each stop, the driver allowed every passenger and their luggage aboard, well past when it was totally and dangerously beyond full until it was literally (this is not hyperbole) impossible to move. Even without covid and most passengers unmasked it was an accident waiting to happen. I would absolutely advise the hotel, actually all of the hotels on the shuttle route, to discontinue using the service for hotel guests. Do yourselves a huge favor and take a cab!!!

Though out of the way all things easy to access by trains. All staff were very helpful. Room was very comfortable. Only had cold breakfast though the food selection was very good. All in all very satisfied with our stay.

We just stayed for the night before a flight the next day. The room was clean enough, but nothing in the hotel is properly maintained. There was mold on the silicone in the bathroom, one elevator was broken, the carpets in the room are filthy, the tables in the breakfast area damaged, and more. I guess this was a nice hotel ... a long time ago. For the money we'll pick something better next time.

This hotel is convenient to the early airport. The room is a nice size the beds are comfortable and there wasn't too much noise. The bathroom is large and has a very nice tub. One of the negatives is that the carpet is very stained and it's hard to tell whether it's just stained or is dirty. There is a bar/restaurant available and we did have a pizza from the bar. It was fine. One of the wall-mounted lights is damaged and so the light flickered off and on continuously. It really isn't very safe. There is a tea kettle in the room but there was no coffee there was one package of hot chocolate and one package of tea.

Stayed for one night, en route to Spain with Shearings coach group. What a lovely hotel .......beautiful room (603) with king size bed, fridge, huge smart TV, good air con and even a hospitality tray. Excellent Wi-Fi too. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, where the staff were so friendly - can recommend the Penne Carbonara, washed down with a glass of red wine. Pity it was only for one night, would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended

Not a pretty location but well positioned. 10 minutes to Orly by half hourly shuttle. 5 mins walk to 2 different Tram route 7 stops connecting to metro and RER. Outside is a bit Soviet but inside is comfortable enough and well soundproofed despite demolition site just outside. Breakfast was good, desk staff efficient, didn't sample the bar or restaurant. Good advance rates with breakfast if you can risk non-refundable.

Excellent people working at the hotel. Location fantastic as its so close to the airport. Price for rooms are great as the room standard is very good. I can definitely recommend this place, as a frequent traveller.

We had a one night stay at this hotel with Leger Holidays, on arrival we received our room cards these cards also operated the lifts, our room was very large, with big comfortable beds, large TV, tea and coffee making facilities, older hotel with shower over the bath all very clean with everything you needed. We all headed down to the restaurant for a excellent evening meal food was absolutely perfect and the staff friendly and helpful, in the morning we had a buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice.

This hotel has great security! You have to use an intercom to have the gate opened, and you need to use your room key to use the elevator. This made us feel very secure. The hotel was lovely, the room was very spacious, especially for Europe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. We would definitely stay here again. Even though it is very close to the airport, the rooms are very sound proof.

Pick up at Orly airport was went as hoped and we were soon at the hotel, the driver handled our mound of luggage with a smile and helped us build a tottering tower on a baggage cart. Check in was easy and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We managed a quick bite before the restaurant closed and my club sandwich was excellent. The staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was the only let down, somehow it never seemed to fulfill the potential of the rows of food on offer, perhaps it was the very soggy scrambled eggs that floated on my plate. Back to the airport in the morning with another driver who was helpful and willing to put up with our mountain of suitcases. we would stay here again

Hotel itself was pretty faultless. Food was very pleasant as were the staff and service. Be warned there is a great deal of traffic noise in certain rooms. I had to use earplugs, but even then the traffic noise was a real nuisance….. It's right by the side of a motorway. Cost of drinks at the bar is extortionate (19.50 Euros for two beers)..... Other than that one gripe the hotel is very comfortable and welcoming.

Sandwiched between several roads which are heavily travelled by trucks and cars at pretty much every hour of the day this hotel has clearly seen better days. Was it an unlucky coincidence or do they turn off the air conditioning every evening at 20 h ? At any rate this led to a sleepless night of your reviewer. When calling the front desk around 23 h nobody could help - or even seemed to care one bit. Add to that the deafening noise of somebody rudely vacuuming around reception upon check-out and the overall hapless, unprofessional if not completely disinterested behaviour of the staff, especially upon check-in, and you'll have a hotel which you should avoid, at all cost !

The hotel staff were great. The food in restaurant was not great. Breakfast was ok if free (Careful, they charge). The rooms are severely outdated and no better than a cheap Motel 6. But-if you have a free Best Western night or need a quick place to sleep near the airport, it does the trick.

From the outside the hotel doesn't look special, however, inside from the minute you enter the Reception area you feel comfortable. Staff are very customer focused and extremely helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable with everything in working order with all the required amenities. A good selection of food at breakfast with a well laid out breakfast area. Room service was also very good. The location was perfect for my business trip with easy access to the office. As well as into the centre of Paris.

I must confess that my first impression was not very good. I didn't know this hotel name and I was not expecting it to be good. But it was! The rooms and toilets are very nice, spacious. There is no noise at night and the curtains really block out the light. The breakfast was good as well (good fresh baked croissants and 'pain au chocolat' and good machine hot chocolate). They even have lettuce at breakfast. (one not-so-nice thing: the sliced fruit wasn't fresh, it was canned fruit. BUT they had fresh whole fruit as well.)

the hotel runs a shuttle bus from the airport surest you take this as Taxi refuse the short fair. Check in experience was fine the front of house staff were polite and accommodating. Rooms well appointed tea coffee in room, breakfast was ok buffet self service plenty of choice.

We had chance to stay at this hotel for a week when we had our course at Thales Air System. Hotel was nice. Room are clean. Bed and pillow are luxurious. Breakfast was good. But the sad back was the arrangement of key room. We need to verified everyday although we stay for a week. Some room had 2 cards which they cancelled each others if used. Otherwise hotel are great and lovely.

Good and clean hotel, good rooms for the price and excellent breakfast. Free coffee in the room and iron and board. Bathrobe is also provided and slippers Transfer bus from the airport every 20 minutes.

We were on a coach trip and just stopped over for the night. It was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and large enough. The bathroom probably a cut above most. We did have a quick meal but it was served well in the bar and the staff were friendly. The breakfast for a continental was good and included eggs and bacon. Yes would stop again.

The hotel in general is good, very close to Orly airport with a free shutle to and from Orly airport. For those who plan to visit Paris city center and touristic places, it is bit far and the transportation is relatively expensive

the room was nice. Bed comfy. Lovely fluffy pillows. There was a kettle in the room which was welcomed after a long journey but found only 1cup, 1teabag no sugar, so went down to reception. Got passed over to the bar area. Where I was left waiting. The barman saw to a woman, then still ignoring me went on to see to another man. A queue formed at the bar and still he ignored us. Eventually i got sorted. Next morning we had breakfast. Really good selection and helpful staff . It had 3 lifts 1 that did not work. Ended up using service lift because there was so many using them at the same time . Found reception staff quiet rude

Stayed at this hotel for one night on the wayto Spainand back,Comfortable rooms great beds,breakfast good,the only downside was the bar prices,large beer 9.70 Euros Malt Whiskey was 17.50 Euros but restaraunt prices were Not so bad,good stay.

Best Western at Orlando Airport was our chosen hotel as part of our Ryder Cup package Hotel was pretty much as expected. Clean spacious rooms and great choice of foods for breakfast, served from 5am which was a real plus given that our coach to the golf left very early Would definitely stay again

Check in was awful. Really slow, and no explanation of why - the clerk just kept his head down and messed around with the computer. Wrote a couple of those cardboard covers with different room numbers on them, then walked off saying nothing. Then came back and asked me to write my credit card details on a piece of paper, and assigned me yet another room. Eventually got my key - which didn't work when I got to the room. So had to go back to reception. Had a drink at the bar - 1664 but badly kept, and a bit tasteless. Positives - room was okay, and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. But check-out - again pretty crap. No eye contact, no conversation, and very slow... again. At least better than some other poor bloke they kept waiting for 20 minutes to print out his receipt. And finally - the corridors, actually most of the hotel, smelt like they had had no fresh air since the place was built. Very unpleasant. Really there has to be somewhere better near Orly??? Really felt unwelcome here....

Quick shuttle to be airport and back. Friendly staff and clean rooms. We used this place as a quick stop over for one day in Paris before heading to another destination. Took an Uber from the CDG to the hotel for about 68 euros and then into the city afterwards to visit Notre Dame. That one cost 27 but the return was 38 due to rush hour. All in all the hotel is fine and has a nice lobby with a restaurant.

Yes, right from the minute we went up to the help desk to pick our keys, we felt the staff was least interested in helping us out, with our prebooked rooms. The hotel security seemed really sound, as most of the class do, so you couldn't use the elevator unless you had a valid n active key, but out of our 3 room keys only 1 worked, and we'd to struggle going back n forth to the reception to activate our keys. It really added to the exhaustion of a long international flight. Maybe the staff needs to understand that and maybe assist people checking in with a little more empathy. (Specially those who have senior citizens and kids along.) Anyway the rooms were clean, products and equipment good and breakfast buffet was good as well.

We arrived very late at night, and safely got into the hotel parking area. I liked the fact that it was gated, which made it feel more safe and secure. The staff were easy to talk to on arrival. And the hotel, was clean and modern. Our room was a reasonable size, and felt spacious. The bathroom was clean, and equipped with modern facilities. My relative had to leave earlier for work, but me and my other relative left at around 9:20 am and headed to Versailles. There was only one error, when we left we didn't realise you needed a parking ticket to leave the hotel compound. Which the receptionist did not give us. So we had to go back and collect it. However overall, a safe comfortable stay, thank you.

Travelled with Leger coach company & stayed overnight here en route to Spain.Arrived around 9.15pm very tired after a long day.Unfortunately our coach drivers had to check us in & hand us our key cards as the staff on reception seemed unsure how to do it.Several in our group returned to reception due to their rooms not being ready...beds not made & other people being in their room! A complete mix up! On arriving in Spain my Aunts luggage never turned up with the coach even though we paid for porterage service.After several phone calls our drivers found out it was still in Paris & it took 3 days for my Aunt to be reunited with her luggage causing considerable distress.Still unsure what exactly went wrong but it was an uncomfortable experience in what seemed like a nice hotel.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed due to flying out from Orly and were able to park our car and leave it there. Shuttle to and from airport was very efficient. Room was fantastic and breakfast was high quality but the staff were the standout. From checkin to bar to restaurant. We will use this hotel again and again.

Stayed during summer vacation May 2018 with family n kids. Found this hotel quite good, though not great. Only issue was the location, it's far as ay from city center but behind highway. Since ours was a package trip commuting was taken care of by the tour operator, else it could have created problems for us in new place. Rooms were done quite good, size of the rooms too were good comparing with size os rooms in hotels in Europe. They provided with tea bags and electrical kettle. It has a restaurant and quality continental breakfast was available. It has a big parking space available which could be an advantage for local travellers. I also found security of the hotel quite good. So overall a good stay.

See title cold old dreadfully past it service is as you would expect for a budget service but is on its last legs the first hotel I have stayed in with a plastic wood effect floor helped add to the coldness.

I stayed here for a one night en route hotel, holidaying with a Leger Luxuria. Spacious and comfortable room. Divine large bed. So quiet, no outside or indoor noise - heaven. Excellent buffet breakfast. Most friendly and helpful staff.

Arrival was unpleasant. We arrived shortly before midnight, and there was no room ready. At midnight? We had to wait for over 1/2 hour in dismal reception area, and pay 9.70 Eur for a lager - that is more than at Helsiniki airport. Corridor / lift areas are dingy and overdue for a renewal. Our room was obviously renovated recently so it was nice and clean. But the shower class separator was too narrow, so the shower was flooding the floor of the toilet - despite the water pressure being very low. Thankfully there was a tiny, but solid, bar of soap. So a run off the mill airport hotel, OK for a night sleep. Nothing "best" or "plus" about it whatsoever

We had a good stay here once we got to a good room. The first room we got to had someone else's bags in it. We changed again but the 2nd room was super loud (make sure you request to be on the side not facing the busy street). The final room was great and we had a solid sleep. Just what we needed. Great free shuttle too

It's an easy hotel to stay near the airport but just for a night or two. The hotel itself is nothing special, I bit old and the gym is literally a room with three different machines. I went with a friend and we left after 30 minutes because there wasn't much to do.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms are spacious, staff was friendly. The hotel provides airport transfer. The area is not very nice, but I guess that is the case with most airport hotels. The menu in the restaurant was very limited and we found it hard to find other options nearby. I would recommend this hotel only if you are just looking for a night stay. But, if you have a day to spare and would want to roam around Paris, it may be a good idea to find a hotel in a more central location.

Friendly and efficient reception, room larger than European average likewise the bathroom, bed good, pillows just ok. large tv. Shuttle to the airport. Food in the restaurant very good and reasonably priced. wifi good and free. Rooms and public areas a little tired and in need of refurbishment; but for this I would rate it very good.

Stayed here overnight with Leger Tours to Spain Our room had a large extremely comfortable bed, tea/ coffee making facilities excellent bathroom. Staff were efficient , breakfast was plentiful with continental or cooked food.

Exceptional customer service coupled with a large comfortable room. You couldn't ask for more. All staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. I highly recommend this hotel. The meals were first class and very reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast is a must have.

Very close to Orly west. Free shuttle bus runs promptly and reasonably often from the front door. Room was somewhat run down in looks, but everything worked well, and there was a hot water kettle with tea and coffee. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

We stayed here as our overnight stop both on the way to and from our Leger tour to Spain. The hotel is not close to other amenities but ok for an overnight stop. Check in was efficient on both occasions. Rooms were comfortable and there was a kettle and drinks provided as well as a complementary bottle of water. Very strangely the only staircase available was the fire exit which had to be opened specially by the manager - not good if you are not comfortable with lifts. The rooms were clean but a little tired - our bathroom had a burn mark in the bath, a lump of floor tile missing and damp/mould behind the bathroom door. The aircon was not very efficient and the rooms therefore quite hot. Breakfast was normal fare and plentiful. We had dinner in the hotel on the last night - not a huge choice but good portions, hot and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink was standard airport hotel prices ie expensive. Overall fine for one night.

To or From Orly, I did not bother to take the free airport shuttle because it only ran every 1/2 hour (the bus stop moved anyway to stop #6 outside the airport). Reaching the hotel from the airport on public transportation was through Tram #7, paying EUR 1.90 each way. Follow the T7 sign and take any tram heading toward Villejuif - Louis Aragon. You can stop either at Saarinen or Porte de Rungis. The latter felt nearer for me. From the hotel you can also take the same tram to reach Central Paris: ride to the end and change to Metro 7. The hotel is secured by a huge solid metal gate which needs you to press a button to either come in or exit. In the morning when I ordered an Uber, I had to first go outside the gate. When I came back from, pressing the button outside did not work. I had to wait for a car that was going out at that time in order to walk in. I felt it was overkill to have this much security in a hotel, but then again, I may be wrong and surely the people who live there know better. The room was nice, even for just a standard room. The bathroom was fitted with real mable tiles, something I found rare. There was a beautiful painting of a vintage tram next to my bed. The bed was comfortable. The shower is only covered halfway with glass, so you need to take the shower gently so as not to wet the bathroom floor; but I had to anyway, because the drain seemed to be clogged. For dinner, I ordered an omelet without the ham, and they considerately subsituted it with vegetables. The omelet was only EUR 11 or so + EUR 2 of tip for the crew. All of their staff was nice and pleasant to talk to.

I was attending he World Water Ski Championships and this was the official hotel for the event. Overall the experience was a positive one. The rooms look as though they had been renovated in the past few years and were comfortable. In room wifi, TV etc was great and bathroom had everything you would expect in a hotel like this. Staff were great, very friendly and all spoke english....which helped for a non french speaking Aussie.

I have stayed at the Best Western twice on layovers at Orly. General experience was satisfactory, but not beyond average. Late night checkin took longer than normal, rooms are comfortable but modest and general service level is average. Beyond a very short layover would not stay there again.

I understand it is a passing hotel for people coming or going from the airport. The rooms are large but it shows that they have tried to modernize it and they have not got it. The hallways resemble those of "Teh shinning" with low ceilings and poor lighting. The food at the cafe is expensive and can be improved. We had a dessert of fruit salad which was uneatable. In the morning when we went to breakfast, upon returning to the room (at 9 in the morning) one of my colleagues found the maid in her room who neither apologized nor left when he appeared. If I can I will not be back.

The Best Western at Rungis is just 10 minutes from Orly Airport. They also have their own Coach to/from the Airport which to me is a bonus as queuing for Taxis and getting lost when tired is a pain. The service is good, WiFi in all areas and with a small Bar and food served in the Dining Room or at the Bar area. The rooms are also good, quiet, wide screen TV, Kettle and all the usual. I had a 4.15am checkout on leaving and the first Coach to the Airport was at 5.00am - perfect for me. Also, it only takes about 40 minutes to get to the centre of Paris for sightseeing but beware of traffic as it can be heavy. All in all, staying there was a good experience. Well done Best Western.

Despite this hotel is specially located for flight travellers using Paris Orly Airport, I found it very convenient for my car trip from the French Alps to Versailles, is close enough to the city but far enough to the big traffic jams. Quality service, excellent rooms, incredible breakfasts, all in all the best option.

Stayed here for 1 night before flying. Check in was smooth. Rooms clean but a little tired looking. Broken plug in the bath. Dinner in the restaurant was ok but the breakfast was appalling. Cold "hot" food. Mouldy tomatoes. Average selection. Would never use again.

We stayed here for one night before flying out the next day via CDG to go home. Family of 4 with a 12 and 14 year old. Adjoining rooms. Surprisingly good value with nice beds and decent food. The worst part of the hotel were the front desk staff. Obtuse and not proficient at their jobs. Check in was with a man who spoke two words to us and never smiled or welcomed us at all. Later when I needed to use the business service and log into there computer, none were working. I told the front desk and he said I needed a code but he did not know it or know how to use it. 2 computers in the business center and 1 did not work and the other needed a code no one knew so..2 computers for guests but really 0 computers for guests. After some negotiation, I was allowed to go behind the front desk to some back office and use a manager's computer for 15 minutes. No one ever said please or thank you or hello or smiled. Like a weird land of the misfit toys. Rooms were nice, room service (which is always overpriced and rarely worth it) was too overpriced in tis place. Breakfast was decent.

There is something about airport hotels, they are mostly crowded, and not very nice. This one is an exception. Yes the lobby is crowded, but once we got checked in our room was very nice, with all the things you expect from a Best Western Plus. The airport shuttle was easy to find and use. This hotel is pretty isolated, so don't expect to take a walk in the neighborhood.

After being left stranded at Orly airport by our airline, we contacted the hotel at around 2am and they sent their minibus to collect us!! We were so thankful, our key card was ready and we got straight to bed!! Room was clean and spacious! Shower was good, breakfast was excellent with a great hot and cold selection,staff were really helpful!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel especially when you are flying in and out from Paris Orly airport, very convenient. Shuttle to and from airport is available. When we arrived, it was a bit surprise by the gate but seems like hotel has taken steps to strengthen their security system. The reception staff can be a bit more welcoming and friendly, they seem hardly to smile or make you feel welcome. Also some of the reception staff seemed not to speak English and only French which is a bit strange for reception at an airport hotel. Restaurant staff at both dinner and breakfast seemed better, more welcoming and friendly. Room was good, good space with two double beds. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was ok, clean and spacious though looked a bit run down. Bath was a bit worn off and shower was making noises. Rest was ok, not any serious complains, would recommend if one if looking to stay not in center of Paris (better value of money).

This was a very nice, clean, friendly hotel. We needed a hotel close to the airport for a connecting flight and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel restaurant had quality food which was a treat for weary international travelers. Important notes - this is near Orly not CDG - be sure you are staying near the desired airport. This hotel is not suitable for sightseeing in Paris, but is a quality airport hotel. We would stay here again if we needed a layover hotel and recommend it to others flying to or from Orly airport.

I am never optimistic when it comes to airport hotels. However, staying here for one night to catch an early 7:50 AM flight from Orly was unexpectedly a pleasure. Check in was fast, efficient and friendly. The room was fairly spacious, the bathroom modern, and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens of high quality. Fairly quiet despite being located at a busy traffic rotary near the airport. Check out in the morning was also quick, efficient and friendly. They let us print out our boarding passes. The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes starting at 5AM. It's free and has 8 seats. We were a little nervous about getting on the first shuttle as we had a flight at 7:50 and I'd read some horror stories about people having difficulty getting on the shuttle at other hotels. Also, at check in the receptionist told us to get to the lobby 10 minutes early for the van as it would be busy. We got to the lobby an hour early hoping to ensure a place on the shuttle. The receptionist opened the van so we could put our luggage in which was a great relief as we were then assured of a place. It turned out there was no great rush of people clamoring for the shuttle but I'm glad we came early anyway. Better safe than sorry! All in all, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Best Western near Orly during a one day trip to Paris to watch the French open semis. The shuttle service was good and so was the check in, smooth and quick. However we asked for an iron board which took 30 mins to be sent to the room. When I called after 20 mins, got a rude reply. We asked for dairy creamer and it's surprising that none of their staff could understand what dairy creamer is. I personally went down to the reception to complaint and shockingly the receptionist lady also could not folly the meaning. Finally one man understood but he said it's kept by the house keeping which is closed and you can get it next morning. In the morning the saga started and then after numerous visits to the reception, my wife convinced them to give us a small glass of hot milk. What's also odd is that in a big chain of hotels like Best Western, hardly any staff knew English or at least pretended that way. Never coming back here.

After a long flight from sfo, the room was there for me to rest, confy beds and just a short shuttle from orly airport. We got at the airport at 9 pm and after about 20 minutes, the shuttle came. Proximity to airport is a plus and I will stay here again.

This hotel was a overnight stop on the way down to Andorra in Spain a very nice clean room with a comfortable bed in it the food was nice as well at breakfast this is a very nice hotel and nice staff as well.

We came for 2 nights and thanks god for that ! . in front of our room their were trays of the "room service" of the people who left the room . The bathroom stinks like a public restroom ! No sower gel in the container ! The water is hot and than cold .... I went this morning to complain and nothing was done !! Bad ! Bad! Bad !!!! Breakfast is good.

best part is the friendly staff, the hotel is old, furniture is quite old, breakfast buffet is below average, coffee served by machine only!!!!! yes machine only!!!! Don't go with any high expectations, you will not get dazzled, but you won't get frustrated either.

We stayed here twice to get to the airport early the next day. Was convenient with the restaurant. Staff helpfull. Big room, large bedroom. No noise from mortoway. Free car park. Tram T7 nearby to Orly airport at 6-7 stops at only €1.90

Stayed there after visiting relatives. Welcoming staff when checked in, had an executive room and was to our expectation. Large room, with very large and comfortable bed. Coffee pod machine & complimentary stocked bar. Had a great night sleep and enjoyed the breakfast the next day. Buffet style with lots of choices, hot & cold food. Car park secure which is always a plus. Will come back next time we are in the area.

We stayed here as guests of Air France when our flight from London was delayed and we missed our onward flight. The building looks very tired and dated from the outside but once inside things improve. The lobby and restaurant area are 80s retro are a little dark. The interior design has a music theme in the bar and restaurant with carpets printed with the names of famous pop songs. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and complete with full tea and coffee amenities (often missing in French hotels). The food in the restaurant is very tasty with friendly efficient service and the breakfast selection was good too - although the coffee was ghastly. This hotel is a comfortable place to stay for the night.

This hotel its close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus( runs every 30 min) to take you to the hotel about 15 min away. The hotel its in the middle of nowwhere, there are a few hotels around, a Mcdonalds, and there is a shopping center two stops away by tram. The tram its 5 min walk from the hotel and in the shopping center you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. I stayed here 2 days and one of the days I went to Paris city center but if you planning to stay in the city center I wouldn't recommend this hotel as its quite far away about 45 min by tram and metro. Rooms are big and clean. Beds are really confortable, there is a fridge, tea/ coffee maker. Wifi its free and there is a small gym on the first floor. One of the days I ordered breakfast in my room and you hava a selection of pastries, cheese, yogurt, it was more than enough. On the breakfast downstairs you have a selection of hot and cold food and you can order an omellete. Staff is friendly. If you have a conecting flight I'll recommend this hotel.

I arrive at the Best Western Plus hotel after 10 pm on a flight from Morocco. I checked in and asked the person at the desk for a wake-up call for 4 am as I had to catch a shuttle from the Orly Airport to the Charles de Galle Airport at 9:20 am. I was never called and when I frantically went to the desk when I work at 8 am, I was told by the person as the desk that the night crew were at fault. He said all he could do was call me a cab so that I could get to the airport and see if I could get another flight. This cost me $75 and a stressful process of getting home on a flight to Chicago and then to San Francisco where my initial flight was a direct one. I was unable to get in touch with my husband who spent four stressful hours in San Francisco waiting for me. For an airport hotel that caters to business travelers, failing to give me a wake-up call was a huge mistake.

I spent one night at this hotel, while visiting the nearby Rungis Food markets. For this purpose it is very well located. The reception was friendly and efficient, and I was soon in my room. My room was rather large, comfortable and clean, and had the asset of coffee and tea making facilities. We dined at the restaurant and had a great meal, with a remarkable dessert as a finish. :-) We had breakfast so early that it was rather simple OK. But I could see that those coming later, would be rather spoilt for choices. In my opinion the hotel represents value for money, and if I will be visiting Rungis again - and I believe I will, I will be back.

I stayed for one night to catch an early flight the next day and it was a great choice. Spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, clean and good toilets, free quality wifi. Breakfast is included and is varied with fresh food. Dinner is at reasonable price and waiters are super nice and friendly. They also offer free transportation to and from the airport that is like 7 minutes away. Overall, good for one night.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while in Paris for work.Not only is it conveniently located near the airport (with a free shuttle to and from), but the staff and service were great. Rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a minibar and a coffee machine, and they also have a pretty good room service menu with more variety than I would've expected. I didn't eat at their restaurant or stop by the bar (no time)but I did see that it was packed and everyone looked like they were having fun. I did have breakfast in my room, and it was exactly to my taste. If I ever need to be in the area again, I know exactly where I will be staying.

I stayed here on the way for 1 night at the beginning and end of my Leger Coach Holiday to Spain. This was a lovely clean hotel. The room was a double though I was a solo traveller. The bed was really comfortable best one I've found on holiday for a while. I was on the 2nd floor and each time we arrived mid to late evening. The room was quiet. I didn't use the restaurant for dinner only breakfast. This was brilliant. Lots to choose from and hot. I liked the fresh fruit. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling on somewhere else or using the airport.

We were pleased with the hotel, the staff were very friendly both on the phone prior to our visit and in person. The shuttle was a bit tardy in the pickup but everything else was great . Our room was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The dining area had good food reasonably priced, my wife had the salmon while I the beef both specials of the day.

the place is very confortable for the airport, price is alligned to the other hotels in the area (I'm not say it is cheap...). there is a large parking. wifi in the rooms does NOT work (at least on the 7th floor).

This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever sleep in. Stayed only for one night as I was traveling to Barcelona. The breakfast is excellent English and continental staff very pleasant apart from the bar staff. Perfect for one night stay or for airport.

I really appreciated the upgrade to an executive room. The bedding is amazing. I slept very well. The marble bathroom is immaculate. The breakfast buffet (17€) is kinda standard but the quality of the food is good. I missed whole wheat bread. The service is efficient and friendly. I recommend.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling through Paris. Very good quality hotel. The rooms were big and the bathroom was huge (although we only had a shower). Can't comment on the breakfast since we had an early flight. A word of caution: when we arrived at Orly, a taxi driver tried to charge us €30 to get there. We already had an idea that this was too much and my husband requested an Uber taxi which turned out to be €5!!! Be careful when using taxis that are parked outside of the airport, in our experience they are very very expensive!

The room was large and comfortable enough for a hotel close to the airport. Good for an overnight stay close to the airport if you have to travel early. Just don't eat in the restaurant I got the worst case of food poisoning I've had in my 3 decades on this earth!

Very convenient airport location with complementary shuttle service although we experienced almost an hour wait for pickup at the terminal. After a long international flight that wasn't a pleasant experience but once we got to the hotel it got better. It was pretty late but they kept the kitchen open for us so that we can have a quick meal. Nice!

I had never been able to find a decent business hotel near Rungis. This time I have. Best Western Plus Paris-Orly offers good standard of accommodation, good food, good customer service and free shuttle to Orly airport and at an affordable price. A trouble free business trip. At last !

My family stay was for 4 days (23 to 27 June, 2016). I booked this hotel a months before my arrival to Paris. My reservation was included breakfast. Upon check-in the receptionist confirmed to me that your reservation is with breakfast. However, next morning when I reached to the hotel's restaurant they informed to me that breakfast is not included. I went back and forth with reception and they rudely said NO BREAKFAST. this was a big embarrassment to me. Although I paid a very heavy price per night. Secondly, this hotel is in a very isolated area and you can not get close by restaurant. The night we reached it was 11:00pm and we were informed no restaurant is open. Overall I feels my stay was not worth for the amount I paid.

Arrived this hotel in the evening and were met of a receptionist which was very helpful and we felt more than welcome. The room I got was of above average quality , good air conditioning, good bed, clean bathroom which is of high importance for me when I travel. Will for sure the hotel again next time I visit Olympus.

This hotel has a good location. The lobby is not so big but comfortable well as the room. The room looks modern and really clean. The furniture looks new somehow. The amenities are quite complete and nicely done!

We used this hotel for a one night stopover en-route to a Euro 2016 football match at Parc des Princes in Paris. It fulfilled our expectations in all respects. We were able to check in before noon (very efficient service), plenty of secure parking (11euro for 1 day), free courtesy bus to airport every 30 minutes (bus stop number 12) which stopped adjacent to bus stop for the Orly Bus into Paris. Clean, well-appointed bedroom with very comfortable beds, good wifi, safe and small fridge. We didn't have time to eat breakfast at the hotel but I suspect prices will be expensive as I paid 9.60 euro for a pint of beer in the bar in the lobby.

Reception is pleasant & open. Nice bar BUT the ceiling is dirty & makes the place look dated Rooms again are generally clean but attention to detail is missing - there was an empty glass outside my door, the hoover had not been under the bed & this was dirty, & shower knob fell off. Again there is a suspended tiled ceiling making the room look dated. Put in a proper plaster ceiling & this room steps up So close to a 4 rating but the little things matter

I needed a room for one night on the way to Orly airport. this looked good on the internet and the price was right so I booked it. The hotel is situated on the highway but they have excellent soundproofing so the room was very quite with everything that you need including tea a fridge and the bed was great .The bathroom is large and all in all the room was fine. The hallways need to spruced up as they have this old look about them they have not aged well. The reception staff were good and helpful and when I asked if there was shopping nearby they helped with giving exact directions to the nearby shopping mall. All together a good choice

We spent one night at this hotel which was chosen because of its easy access from Orly airport via free shuttle bus. We were travelling from Spain to UK and it worked out cheaper to travel via Paris even with the cost of the hotel added. The original plan was to do some sightseeing in Paris but due to my husband having an injury and the flooding in Paris, we just stayed in the hotel. Our room on the 7th Floor was spacious, clean and quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The evening meal was quite good although a little pricey. There was a good choice at breakfast but some items were overcooked. The staff were helpful and friendly. In summary this is not a place full of French character and charm but a clean and comfortable base which is very convenient for Orly airport.

No problem with a late arrival, in the south terminal looked for the shuttle stop and we were quickly picked up. Easy check in with efficient personnel. Next morning the shuttle took us to our rental car. Nice room, well appointed and a good breakfast that opens early. What's not to like!

Basic and clean get a high floor or traffic noise will wake you food very overpriced and basic staff are ok if there was a choice try somewhere else Car park is spacious but access to the hotel is a little confusing Nothing to walk to or see without driving I smiled when I arrived as there are rabbits in the car park

The hotel is worth the money, breakfast is gud, rooms clean and ample space. Though the hotel is at some distance from the main attractions, this is only concern for this hotel. The staff is supportive. Free wifi is available. Parking available.

The hotel outlook was not what we expected but the interior was good. The rooms was good and comfy. The breakfast was average but the crossoint was super good. There was no night life as it was in a secluded area. The downside was the service was poor as you need to call multiple times for things. Look out for the kettles are they produce murky water even with multiple washed and boiling. The staff dont even bother to replace the kettle when we asked for a replacement

We were stuck in Orly airport for two evenings due to air traffic control strike. Our flight back to Toulouse was cancelled and we booked ourselves into Best Western due to its proximity to the airport. Very comfortable room and the food in the restaurant was better than we expected. Price was very reasonable. Frequent shuttle service to the airport. We were glad we stayed here. Saved us lots of hassle.

This hotel offers nothing much other than location and a decent place to stay. The food in the restaurant is not bad. The business traveller can fly into Orly airport (which is not as busy as Charles De Gaule) have a meeting in the hotel in one of their unimpressive conference rooms and fly back out. I actually arrived the night before and stayed for a night, had my meeting and was off to my next destination. As I said, the Orly airport location is extremely convenient. Happy travels everyone!!

wow - I've never had such a bad check in experience. I was ignored initially by the man behind reception who was playing on his phone. I had to make a fair bit of noise to get his attention and then I got zero in the way of manners our communication. Yes I am a foreign visitor but I greeted him in French and got nothing - no bonjour, no merci. Definitely not directions to my room! Dinner was nearly as bad. I waited several minutes to be rudely shown to a table. I waited 15 minutes before being given opportunity to ask for a menu. My medium-well done burger was closer to rare. Oh dear, and it's 9euros for a point of Carlsberg! In the room i was greeted by a wastefully booming TV. When I wanted to use it later, it didn't work! I daren't bother complaining. 2 star rather than 1 because at least the room was clean and relatively comfortable as expected

We have just had a mini break to Paris for the new year and stayed in this hotel. Great location as not too far from the main attractions. The hotel was excellent, good food, lovely room and very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The hotel is served by a shuttle bus from the airport which seems to go on a 20 minute schedule. This means you may have to wait a while (this wait decreases "perfect" to "almost perfect"). Fortunately, even if you arrive late, the hotel has an excellent and gently priced restaurant which is open till 23.30. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport starts running at 05.00 so catching the 06.20 flight to Marseille is easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. I'd definitely use the hotel again in case I need an overnight stay close to Orly airport.

Stayed overnight before an early flight. The hotel is very nice and clean, rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Of course there is not much around as it's near an airport so I would only use it when flying in or out of Orly. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport starting at 5am. Good wifi.

When on business south of Paris this is a comfortable and good located hotel. Fast check in and out. Comfortable room. Bad Wi-Fi in the late evening though. We had dinner which was quite OK. Unusually large choice of breakfast things for being in France.

The hotel offers good conditions in its price range. Really near to the airport. The only thing which was not fine was the breakfast. So I suggest to better go out for breakfast. Other things were just fine.

We stayed here for the weekend Our executive room on the 5th floor was lovely. Very clean and wonderful bed. The reception staff were not very friendly and did not smile. We found this true of most people in Paris it felt as if the whole city is depressed. The hotel is in a remote location so you must get a taxi back at night if the T7 Tram has stopped for the night. It's fairly simple to get into Paris within 1 hour you can be at the Tour Eiffel. If you want to shop go to Belle Epine shopping centre a few stops on the tram but be warned it is CLOSED on a Sunday! Avoid the outskirts of Paris there are some very dangerous areas.

Better than average airport hotel, but fairly high cost. I had an executive room which was lovely - very well decorated, large, comfy etc. No complaints there. The front desk staff were fairly glum when I arrived late at night, but the morning staff were much more pleasant. My main gripe with the place is the rubbish internet - not really forgiveable in this day and age in a European capital city. It really was poor. One final thing annoyed me - for the exec rooms, the extra price means you can consume the contents of the mini bar for free.....however there is nothing obvious telling you this.....so I bought some drinks from downstairs, only to find in the morning that I could have emptied the minibar. Anyway, in summary, very comfortable, convenient location, but crap internet.

As with all airport hotels, The Best Western Plus is situated in a very busy area.It's a little difficult to find as the signposting is confusing.Plan your route before arriving! We checked-in at around 13:30 & then decided to try out their restaurant on the ground floor. As it was 13.55 a lot of items on the menu were not available & it was quite clearly emphasised by the waiter that the restaurant is open for service ONLY until 14:00. This brash approach made us feel very uncomfortable. It certainly doesn't wash for a 4*,international airport, establishment !! The food was extremely average & well over-priced.As a result we avoided eating dinner there the same evening.The restaurant always seems to be almost empty, which doesn't suprise me !! Our room was very spacious & airy. Sadly there was an enormous stain on the carpet which I hid with a chair as it gave the impression that the room was unclean. The bedding & linen were of good quality & we all had an excellent night's sleep. The rooms are very quiet despite the incessant traffic flow immediately outside & the numerous number of guests entering the hotel at all hours of the night. The fridge was under-stocked for 2 guests & there was only one gown & a pair of slippers provided in the Executive Room . To be fair to the reception staff, they corrected this error immediately once informed. The breakfast was very substantial & self-service.It was included in the daily rate, but is a little expensive at 17 euros if you are on a room only basis. The lifts are very busy in the morning & despite the fact that one is assigned to the service staff, we found that the delay was often caused by them using those assigned to the guests.Not one of the service staff attempted to greet us. Having stayed one night at the hotel does allow a guest to park their car in the car park during their holiday, at rates well below that of other car parks in the area.There is a navette service which leaves promptly every 30 minutes to the south & north terminals.

Granted, I booked executive room but it really is very nice. The hotel is pleasant, clean, quiet, the room is spacious, and being here for business I cannot ask for more. Yes, it's good, I highly recommend it

This hotel is located a 7-minute drive from Orly Airport. It has a free shuttle to take you to the airport, which operates every 20 minutes or so. Very convenient! The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. This hotel isn't cheap but its a reasonable value for what you get.

The typical smart airport hotel, very modern and stylish - not my kind of style but neat and clean. We were on an overnight with a coach group so easily checked in by our drivers. We didn't eat an evening meal there only breakfast which was good and everything was kept topped up. We had a drink in the bar and service was speedy and efficient as it was a quiet time of the evening. Our room was comfortable and the essential now to Brits drink making facilities were well stocked which isn't always the case. We had porterage as part of our package and that was a little slow.

Decent hotel. Comfy room BUT 1) Arrived about 21:15 after a 4 hour drive from Belgium - took 10 minutes before they opened the gate for my car to come in ... That's pretty unprofessional. I even drove around to other side thinking I had the wrong entrance and ended up having to drive all the way back around - not easy. 2) early morning noise - seems like they have thin walls as I could hear the cleaners very easily 3) they charged me twice for room service ! How is that even possible ? 4) the breakfast was nice but the bacon was seriously overlooked and the potatoes horribly cold

Very nice hotel, close to the airport of Orly. Free shuttle service with very friendly drivers starts at 5 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock and there is a lot of variety. Restaurant looks very beautiful! If you're leaving before 6 o'clock, there is a possibility to take a coffee or tea with viennoisserie. A lot of choice in the restaurant to have dinner at noon or in the evening. The food is excellent with a perfect service of the restaurant staff! Staff at the reception is very nice and friendly. Check-in and check-out is really fast and you can always contact them if you need something. I love the bed in the rooms! It was the best bed I've ever slept in! Very clean and spacious rooms. Finally a hotel with a lot of sports channels (thanks Best Western :-) ). It's also nice there is a minibar in the room. Close to the hotel, there is the tramway to go to Villejuif. There you can take the subway to the center of Paris. It's only 30min. I really recommend this hotel. I will stay definitely again in Best Western Plus Paris Orly

two coaches arrived and after booking in the guests tried to make there way to their rooms. Unfortunately there are only two lifts, and no stairs available to use. I complained to reception and they told me the stairs were only to be used in cases of fire and access to the stairs was locked only unlocking in the event of a fire. I spent a lot of time waiting for lifts although my room was on the third floor I would have been happy to use the stairs.

This is a typical Best Western, despite being located in Paris, so you won't notice anything distinctly Parisian about the hotel. But, it is clean and quiet, and the rooms are large for Paris standards and nicely appointed. They also have North American outlets here. The property doesn't have much near it, so don't expect any off-site food options unless you have a rental car. The on-site cafe is average, and pricey for what they do offer. Free Wi-Fi is available and some of the TV stations are in English.

I stayed at this hotel so I could easily make my early morning flight to Berlin. I am glad I did. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and the meal was excellent. Not a bad price, either, and I also enjoyed the "express" breakfast that was available at 5:30 AM. The only thing I could complain about was the in-room coffee maker, as I could not get it to work. I never figured out whether something was wrong with it or I was just too sleepy!

Looks a bit of a concrete monster from the outside but once inside it changes. Very nice lobby with plenty of space and good seating. Staff very welcoming and helpful, all speak English. Lovely restaurant with top shelf food at a very reasonable price. Not a lot in the local vacinity but the lite rail is a short walk away where you can catch a tram to a huge shopping centre within a few minutes (3 stops). Buy the tickets at the landing with card or cash. If in doubt, just ask at reception. Probably the only downside was the very meagre coffee and tea sachets provided for the room. Small problem, really.

Clean, calm, quiet room, comfortable, good tv -channels. They let me stay until 1800 pm with no extra charge. Kind staff. Excellent food of all things, ordered room-service, juicy steak with red-wine reduction. Crisp green salad, well dressed. Foie gras terrine for starter. Both delicious. Surprising!

My stay was good. I could catch the shuttle bus to and from the airport very easily as it runs every 20 minutes. I was able to get into Paris on Public Transport from the airport on the RER tram & train line from Airport West Bldg until 11.40 pm most nights. I used the internet business office but these do not communicate with my hotmail account. The keyboard & computer on the front reception desk did let me into hotmail. Why? This remains a mystery. Staff were helpful and found a solution to my internet issues. I was unaware there was a fitness centre. Perhaps, this needs to be advertised better. It was great to have food service, at midnight, on return from late nights in Paris in the bar. Overall I had a great stay.

All went well except the airport shuttle bus. Over an hour wait. Staff was unable to deal with this issue and spent 20 additional minutes freaking out about having to figure out a solution. Shuttle back to airport was just as chaotic. Other than that, the facility is great. It is clean, modern, great showers and very good breakfast.

We stayed here with our kids the night we arrived and the night before we departed. We were able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport - it runs every 20 minutes. The room and restaurant was perfect for what we needed. It's not the Ritz, but it was very clean and comfortable.

Just stayed one night because I flew into Orly airport late. Not really near Paris center (taxi to Gare L'Est/East Train Station was 40 euros plus tip), but a very clean facility with very helpful staff. I'm only 19 and it was my first time to Europe and first time travelling alone but I had a positive experience here. A little pricier than others in the area, but seemed to be higher quality to make it worth it.

A very pleasant surprise for an airport hotel. Though not much to look at from outside, the hotel is friendly, modern and well-maintained and the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The park and fly package, including one night's accommodation, is excellent value (we paid just 128€ for the night, including up to 7 nights' parking). The food in the restaurant was excellent - again we were surprised just how good it was, and the service was friendly and efficient though there were long waits between courses so I'm not sure how the kitchen would cope if the restaurant were full. The 30€ three-course menu sounds fairly pricey but given the quality of the food and generous portion-sizes, it's good value, although wine is hugely over-priced at a whopping 6€ per glass. It's a shame the shuttle bus to the airport doesn't run earlier in the morning (expect to pay just under 30€ for the five-minute taxi ride to the airport) and that breakfast doesn't start early enough for some departures. That said, the free coffee and orange juice in the lobby (we left at 4.15am) was very welcome.
