Poor services and they used my debit card for unnecessary charges, it's a clear fraud of storing someone's debit card details and using it without approval. I reported for the same and staff is not helpful at all. I paid for executive room but the balcony was full of dirt and no body cleaned it even after requesting it. Overall a very bad and pathetic, painful experience with that hotel. i literally felt that i should have spent my money wisely instead of staying such a unsafe hotel.

I have to start my review with something that's has never happened to me before in all of my travels. ….where at 11pm they refused for me to buy a bottle of water something simple you may say but really WHY. The room is extremely basic but clean, surprised at people's previous comments of good views it is not. If you are travelling from Rotterdam and want to no hassle journey then it will do but set your expectations low.

The hotel is set in lovely grounds with trees and a long stream at the back. The picture shows the geese outside my room. This means though that leaving the window open at night to try to get cool air (air conditioning did work) is inadvisable as mosquitoes make their way in. The bathroom is good to look at although the basin is impractical. There were lots of television channels and a good and easy to use control. Lighting is abysmal though. The bathroom light worked and there was a light at the bedroom door. There were reading lights above the bed, but the remainder of the room is in Stygian gloom. When I arrived, I got the least friendly checkin person since I was in Moscow 16 years ago. That said, all other people at the hotel were nice.

I stayed for one night during my trip. It was a group tour, and they chose this hotel due to its location. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and there's a laundry hanging at the door knob. We called our tour guide and he asked a hotel staff down to check on us. Within 2 minutes, he finished checking our room and assigned us to a suite in order to make up for us. The suite was suitable for couples than family with a big Jacuzzi. I did have a good sleep for that night, and will recommend Best Western Plus Rotterdam Airport Hotel to friends and family.

Friendly staff. Breakfast and Dinner was amazing. Wifi was not so good. Room was not so clean... Helpful staff... Clean to bus stop..about 15min to the central station. Bus come every 10 min. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is located next to Rotterdam airport so noisy when air plane lands or takes off. Quite far away from city center (15 min. by taxi). Room is OK, clean and comfortable. Tea bags and coffee are free. Toilet with standing shower is quite small. In overall recommended for budget travelers.

Nice and clean hotel. Easy to find. Plenty of parking facilities. Free shuttle to airport. Comfortable rooms even with a couch. All you need us there. Breakfast ok. Will come again. The planes start flying at 7am. Not a busy airport though. Convenient.

Ideal location as its situated very close to Rotterdam Airport however there was nothing best about this hotel at all. Upon arrival I had to wait whilst the room was being cleaned which was no problem. When I got into the room I couldn't see what the cleaner had spent the time doing. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, marks on the sofa cushions and even a big yellow stain on the floor. After this I had to wait almost 30 mins for an iron and when it did come there was no apology for the delay. I would only recommend here for the location and nothing else.

Pro: - very quiet during the night (apart from the morning flights) - modern and clean with solid quality - free car park for hotel guests - friendly reception service Contra: - breakfast was below my expectation (very limited choices) - the bed is soft in a strange way (I like soft mattress but couldn't sleep well due to the softness)

My 60.th birthday, she got 50 years and our 25th. Wedding day. So I planned a nice long stay in Rotterdam. We used my BW points for this stay. So, before I leave official feedbacks at available internet websites I want to try to get your reply and maybe a solution. On the first view it looks like a cheap stay, of course we don't pay, but before I stayed a lot of time at the BW Hotels…. So please find a summary of this nightmare stay: At first Room 224, the fridge is not working, Bed is very soft, like weak, impossible to use. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Both are far away from my known BW standard In the evening change room to the neighbor room, 225 Fridge is working, Aircondition make all 30 seconds very very noisy, abnormal sound an not so cold as room 224. WIFI very low to stopped wifi On the next morning I told this matter to the reception and requested that the staff should not turn off the Aircon by removing the card in the power box. Answer to us, that all staff was adviced, to leave the aircondition running, ( for information, temperature on both day near to 40°) When we come back at 2 p.m. the card was removed, the temperature very hot in the room. During our visit in the city someone try to repair the aircondition. The outlet was direct below the working desk. On this desk was my company notebook, and some documents and other sensitive goods, 2x Ipads and so on. Beside the desk the suitcase of my wife, open. So everything the working desk, the suitcase, the clothes, notebook and documents, the water glasses was full of small stones and particles, which are coming out of the Air-let out from the upper aircondition. Normally the worker should remove the parts below when he repair, but working not repairing and leaving the dust and small stones are not acceptable. Also the floor was in a wide range dusty with this stones…. Walking back to the reception and a then the standard sentences “We are sorry” In the evening suddenly the power dropped of. No light, no TV nothing. Woman come from the reception, check the room, and claim, this are my fault, you are using to much energy ( it was 2 Iphone charger an 1 charge for my Apple watch, total 15Watt. She don't believe me, we took all our small charger out, and 2 Minutes later the same. This went some times, later I went back to the reception and then I heard I am not alone, also in room 224 the guests have the same problem. By the way, I am an electrical engineer with a master …. In the meantime I everytime went out to the fusebox on the floor and re-animate the fuse. Later I went to the restaurant to take a dinner. I order on the bar and explain very deeply, that I am allergic against Lactose, So please do my Burger without cheese. Waiting 30 minutes Burger is coming with a lot of cheese.. Believe me, I was angry, more like angry. WHY is it not possible, to be present for the guests, listen to the guest and present him a nice stay. Here we get a dirty, old rooms, which are from the 70 thies, the Ceiling was getting water and ist complete damage, the shower is molded with fungus, short, this is not a 4 Star Bestwestern this is a old dirty hotels, which get to much bus tourists. When this tourist are finished with the breakfast then for the normally guest is not so much available. On last day I asked for 2 fried eggs, Answer was short and precise: NO!!! Realy. When you are interest a a real Best Western Premium Hotel then I suggest the Best Western Plus Hotel Haarhuis in Arnhem, this is clean, modern, helpful and we got a wonderful breakfast. Finally we feel us really cheated. You take the points from us and we got a nightmare

In case of the North Sea Jazz festival lodging at the Best Western @ the Hague airport is truly an alternative. Prices are competitive, the rooms are clean and the interior is quite stylish. Breakfast is rich and various. The only backdraw, in my opinion, are the ultrasoft matresses. Even the flight frequency is quite low and flights don't start before 7a.m.

During my recent Europe trip, I stayed there for a night. Welcoming and helpful front desk staffs.Easy and quick check in.Room size was ok.Simple yet lovely room decor.Comfy bed and pillow. Bathroom too nice and provided with toiletries. Breakfast was too teasty with lots of verities. Overall an lovely hotel at an poor location.

We ordered the guinea fowl and the steak (with mash)it was nice but the creamed corn with the guinea fowl was very rich and the duck mouse that came with the steak did not fit the meal and was very rich but steak was beautiful. The condiments were chips (fries) which didn't go with the meal at all. The price for both meals and a pint and half of Heineken came to about 55 euros so not bad really.

The hotel changed the franchise a few years ago, somehow when I stayed the last time it felt more comfortable, don't get me wrong, the hotel is not bad at all. The hotel has kept its service standard, I can't complain about the cleaning service nor the breakfast. Seems like during summer time all the rooms are booked, a lot of them for one-night tourists that will keep going their journey, keep this in mind for check-in or check-out, it can take you long time. I only had breakfast at the hotel, so I can provide more information regarding the restaurant services. The location could be the best depending of your needs, if you want to be close to Rotterdam downtown this is not the one to choose. The rooms have a good size, not so big not too small. The bathroom size is in the limit between small and ok, but is no uncomfortable. It is possible to rent bicycles at the hotel, I don't remember the daily rate, but for Dutch standards is not expensive. I do recommend to stay in this hotel.

Though we only had a night stay in this hotel before our journey home the next evening, we did have a good rest here. Simple but nice buffet breakfast served and satisfied our appetite. The dining area is cosy and service okay. Clean room. Nothing much in the surrounding areas.

Hotel is located very close to the airport. Rooms are basic. Staff friendly and. Buffet breakfast was simple buffet spread, we stayed 2 days and we had the same same breakfact..Wifi was slow.No other attractions nearby.

Hotel is located very close to the airport and you can reach the airport in 10 mins by walk. Rooms are basic but need more proper cleaning. Staff very friendly and the food was god in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was average. Free car parking available. There is a small lake on the back side of the lake. There is bus stop right outside of the hotel which will take you to the city.

Located near Rotterdam airport, but there are no other attractions nearby for tourists to visit; room provides basic comfort; wifi connection was poor though; i enjoyed the simple breakfast buffet spread.

Hotel is a short 10 mins walk from the airport. Rooms are fine but full of dead flies / insects splat on windows and walls. Floor sticky and not cleaned. Shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Trying to rest morning and all you can hear on doors is ‘Bang bang bang “ hello housekeeping” ‘ over and over. Reception staff miserable. Breakfast is fine and staff are nicer. Wouldn't stay again ????

Excellent accommodation, staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast was fabulous, meals at night were also great. Close to bus stop and easy to get to Rotterdam central or airport. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is ok for business, probably not for a holiday. It is very near to the hotel, although not too near as to disrupt your sleep. Food was average, but it is a clean and tidy hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized room and have an adequate bathroom. The beds though were simply two singles pushed together with square uncomfortable pillows; and there was no draw space. All the staff were very good however, friendly and helpful… especially on check in where they put themselves out to help me when we discovered that my booking company had failed to confirm my booking meaning I had no room!

Hotel is few minutes far from the airport , they have a shuttle bus that works 5am-11pm. The hotel is basics, but it has all the necessary for a short visit My room was ok Breakfast is a little bit poor

Spent two nights there this week. Very near to the airport, 8 mins walk. Room ok, clean but very basic, no baths, just shower. Walls are paper thin, could hear every noise from hall and other rooms. Staff in the bar very friendly and helpful. I would spent a little more and stay at the WorldWings right next to the airport.

Hotel is beautiful inside but nothing round it. Rooms are clean & spacious. Bus stop across the road is handy & runs frequently to the train station. Takes around an hour on the train to get to Amsterdam

Went there for a conference I organised for 25 people from around the world. The conference staff were 1st class from start to finish, all the facilities were better than expected. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend for business. The value was far better than any other hotels in the area

This hotel is good for a business stay, with good conference facilities, friendly staff and lots of small and nice touches Good - spacious, clean rooms - large conference rooms - inside and outside dining - nice small touches like bikes, drinks, in-room safe and coffee/tea facilites - hotel-wide Wi-Fi - very friendly and helpful staff !!! Not so good - far from city centre or anything else - restaurant is ok, but variety and quality or not up to the same standards as the rest of the hotel - conference room technology is a bit outdated - bath room looks nice, but is not up to level: shower, sink, shelves all look nice but do not work properly at times Good for a short business stay or for a night stay-over, not that excellent for a longer stay, except if you have your own transportation

Very small hotel or I should say it is more like a motel. The facility is average and need some improvement. There is quite a lot of dust on everything such as cups and bedside table. Aircon is quite smelly when it was turned on.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel its just 5 minutes walk from Rotterdam Airport. If you have bags there is a phone on the terminal that you can called to come to pick you up. In my case I called but never got an answered so I have to take a taxi as I was coming with bags. The lady that did my check in was very nice and explained me how everything works in the hotel. I had a room on the ground floor that didn't like it as was just opposite the car park and it was quite noise. Room was a good size and clean, there is a fridge, tea and coffee maker and free wifi. I had to single beds that I hate them as they were very unconfortable and the duvet was very small. I found the pillows very unconfortable too. There is no gym in the hotel and you can rent bikes for 10€. I went for breakfast and it was very poor, not may choices. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel, so you can get to the city center. If you have a flight really early in the morning I will recommend to stay here, otherwise don't bother to stay here as there is nothing around.

Expensive food and not tasty at all! The bread and the lentil soup was the only positive thing about the menu. Drinks yes, Food no. Not recommended, try a restaurant in the citycentre and drive a few miles in stead of wasting it here..

Rotterdam Airport is just across the street, but the hotel will offer you good accommodation during your stay in Rotterdam even if you don't use this airport. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and Rotterdam Airport is not a busy airport, so you can be guaranteed a quiet night. Plenty of free parking space just in front of the hotel is also on the plus side. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is 30 min. by car. The restaurant is O.K. as long as you don't expect award winning cuisine; The menu card consist of burger, steak, fish & chips , pasta and a few other dishes. There's also a small cosy bar area in the lobby area. The interior is apparently designed by Philippe Starck, but the various fittings in the room had started to show signs of wear and tear.

The hotel is nice, modern, clean, free wiffi, free shuttle and very close to Rotterdam airport only 3 minutes.. I choosed this hotel because I have to catch early morning flight. The hotel very easy to find, only use bus No.33 from Rotterdam centraal station. Free shuttle starts from 5 am.

Nice hotel close to the airport. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to stay in the centre (even if is there is a bus that go to Rotterdam central) but if it's perfect if you have an early flight! Great rooms and nice service!

Nice clean hotel very close to airport and convenient for our visit to a customer. Had dinner in the restaurant which was a set 3 course meal price 27.5 Euros which was delicious and good value. Breakfast was adequate though I had visited the restaurant earlier to get a glass of orange juice and then came back for breakfast and the tried to charge me twice for breakfast and this took a bit of explanation when paying the final bill. No normal english tea in my room which I would have liked. Staff were generally friendly. Airport not operational overnight so no plane noise to wake me up

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are good.. food is good.. the only thing is that it is directly next to the airport.. which means more noise. Not that I really had any problems with it, as rooms are isolated very good.

The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful he spoke Excellent English. The Bar man was very helpful he asked where we had been and what our plans where for tomorrow. We said we wanted to go in to Rotterdam centre. He informed us that there was a big event on called world harbour Days, and that parking would be next to impossible, especially with a trailer and a roof box on the car. He advised us to use the bus which stops outside of the hotel no 33, and that it was €3 each for a ticket for all public transport for an hour. Unfortunately we did not realise that the harbour was so far from Centraal Station, we later found out from tourist information that the tram to the railway station was either no 7 from before the bridge and number 23 from the other side of the bridge. So on the way back we paid €3 each for tram ride, and bus ride. The tickets only last for 1 hour. Any how back to the hotel there was a good selection at breakfast it was all fresh. There was also to my surprise bacon, scrambled eggs, and beans. I declined that option as there is never any meat on European bacon. But that's not the hotels fault. Our room was clean and tidy, however the windows where dirty. There where Loads of massive cobwebs over the windows, with 2 massive spiders the size of a tarantula. In addition to those there where hundreds of flies, some of which had got in the room as the window had been left open. Only a few managed to get past the net curtain though. Would I stay here again Yes I would, the rooms and public areas are all very clean, and the air-conditioning was quite effective.

Stayed just for one night but had a pleasant stay. Room quite large, modern and quite classy. Breakfast was ok with some hot and cold selections but a little limited. Staff very helpful and of course speak perfect English! Very handy for the airport and certainly worth a stop over if travelling onwards.

It was ideal for our needs as we didn't need to be in the city centre. There was breakfast included in the price. I liked the room we had facing the canal it didn't feel like we were in minutes from the airport. About a 10 min drive to the centre of Rotterdam. Not for the faint hearted on the roads, as we found it rather confusing to get about.

Excellent hotel all round. Really impressed. Nice clean rooms and friendly staffs.not too far away from the city centre. The airport nearby didnt seem to be too busy when i was staying so the noise wasnt a problem.

The hotel location is about 20 minutes from Rotterdam central by taxi (around Euro 25). It may use other ways such bus and walk but it will be trouble some for someone carry luggage and there is no direct public transport stop or pass by the Hotel. This hotel is suitable for traveler with car or taxi for mode of transport as there is no restaurant and convenient store around. I booked 1 Comfort Double Room Waterfront for Single Use but have to top-up price for double bed when check-in. This is unusual term in my travel experience. The gentlemen at front desk was very helpful to book taxi and find renting car for our sightseeing trip. Overall room condition was nice and quite spacious with sofa and clean. Only basic amenities were available but no toothbrush, comb, and shower cap. There are back door to patio and make sure to check as mine was not locked at all.

The hotel is a good hotel to stay over for one night. While very close to an airport, no noise in the room. The room I had was decorated as was in the sixties. Breakfast was poor, not many options and not that good quality. Maybe an off-day. Service at the reception was good and friendly.

Start with the facts...I booked a room with a king bed and free wifi. I got neither. I think since my room was the last in the corridor the wifi didn't work there. As for the king bed, they said it was the only room they had available. It was late and I was too tired to argue. Now with the subjective. The room was dirty. I have a picture of the phone in the room which shows a lot of dust and grime. The toilet also had an unpleasant surprise. The bed was ok, but the duvet was really small. I can't honestly say the staff didn't try to be helpful, but ultimately they just weren't friendly. I do think my experience was atypical given the reviews and even what I saw from other guests, but I still thought it was worth sharing.

staff very helpful.surroundings very nice,the rooms are nicely furnished and decorated,standard of food extremely good but oh! the beds.......so low to start with ,approx16/18"high, but when sat on they were so soft that you could not stand up with any ease,should you be like my wife and i of a more older set then this could and did cause a few problems! we have been to a number of best western hotels before but have never had this problem! ps all beds the same so nothing could be changed

It was a very nice and sort stay, but very comfortable. The Hotel is cosy, very clean, has a great shower facility. It is 20 minutes away from de center of Rotterdam, you can get there by taking bus 33, just in front of the hotel.

A clean, relatively modern hotel with fast WiFi and good customer service. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. It's very convenient for Rotterdam Airport, you can either walk (less than 10mins) or they will drive you in the free shuttle which only takes a couple of minutes. I didn't have the chance to have breakfast as I departed on an early flight.

I always use this hotel on business travel in Rotterdam area, it is my favorite one in the area. The location is excellent. Close to the highway and to the airport (walking distance). The breakfast is not included in the price although when booking during check-in you get a discount. The parking is free of charge with plenty of space. As usual by arriving and departing the hotel personnel was very helpful, friendly and correct. I never had issues zith the noise of the planes although it is that close to the airport. There is a good restaurant in the hotel so you don't need to search around for restaurants which saves me time.

Stayed before an early flight from Rotterdam airport and had a good nights sleep in a comfy bed. Clean and well appointed room with bathrobes and a balcony which would have been lovely in warmer weather. The building won't win any design awards but the staff certainly deserve to. We walked from hotel to airport with our 5yr old it was that close, yet quiet as I assume they don't have night time flights. Great last minute rate too - and bus stop just outside if you catch bus 33 from Rotterdam Central station

I have stayed during my business trip in Oct 2015 for 4 days, hotel is just oppsite to airport. The hotel has nice restaurant and bar. Very nice ambiance.. After completing the stay, I have forgot my laptop charger/converter in the room. I have asked the staff if they found it or not. It was there and they kept it safe place. I picked up after a week. Very nice staff. Enjoyed the stay..

Had a great night here a couple weeks ago. Very peaceful and quiet. Extremely easy access to the centre of Rotterdam by bus and no more than a ten minute walk from the airport. The room was fantastic - clean and modern with a nice balcony over a stream - very private and again, peaceful. I had such a lovely night and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed here for two nights, and although it is within spitting distance of Rotterdam Airport, it was surprisingly quiet. It was also very clean,with comfortable beds and all amenities you could wish for, with an excellent breakfast each day all at a very reasonable cost. Parking was free, you have to ask for a car park card at reception which lets you through the barrier. We were not travelling from the airport but found this hotel a very good base for visiting the area, it is only about 10 miles from expensive, but lovely Delft.

stayed here for 1 night as had an early morning flight to catch. Very friendly staff on reception desk, had a good evening meal in restaurant, once again staff very very friendly. Room was small but adequate and spotlessly clean.

We stayed overnight as we had an early morning international flight, and was very pleased with the value and level of accommodation received. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant. The hotel is located approx 10min walk to the airport check-ins.

We started our holiday to Spain with this Hotel. Although there was a mixed up with the room booking and therefore upgraded us to a Deluxe room. This was a beautiful room based on the waterside of the hotel with a small balcony. It's nicely decorated with a good bed. The next morning there own taxi brought us to the airport, only 3 min away! Friendly service all around.

Even if you are in town for tourism, I'd would recommend you to stay here. You can easily spend your day taking in all the city has to offer, and in the end come to your own place of tranquillity without sacrificing on any comfort. From Rotterdam central train station to here it only takes 25 minutes by public bus.

I stayed here on a stopover on my way to Amsterdam, and it was everything I could have hoped for. There's a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport, however, I got in after it stopped running (23:00, I think) and opted to walk instead of taking a taxi. It was a very easy walk taking less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was chic, comfortable, and modern. It was a great value and fairly inexpensive. Would recommend if you're looking for a place near Rotterdam airport.
