Best Western Richfield Inn

We pulled in late at night to the hotel after ordering our room online we briefly spoke to the hotel attendant, who informed us that it was not booked as a pet room which she was quickly able to fix and give us a great rate. Full breakfast, friendly staff, and pet friendly.

Overcharged and underdelivered. Room was barely adequate for cleanliness and was outdated and not in very good repair. Breakfast was not good, and manager was rude and charged more than double the going rate because "it was the last room". I was charged $280.79 US$ and better rooms at other Best Westerns were $118.50. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid. I usually stay at Best Western and was treated far better every other place.

The front desk staff was personable and friendly. The hotel and spacious rooms are very clean and updated. Very accommodating for travel with elderly parents. Free breakfast. Fast food, gas station and convenience store right next door. Easy access off freeway. Will stay again.

We appreciated the smile and welcome we received. The access from the freeway is convenient. The manager and staff were friendly and attentive. The price was right. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay. Thx

Great place to stay, always accommodating, Ishwar the manager is always on duty anytime I check in AM or PM , I Belive it is family run and hard working people they are, clean rooms, and most of all Comfortable beds and pillows, being a driver for 30 years you learn a comfortable bed is most important, and a friendly place to go with it, Highly recommend if passing through Richfield !!!

A great stop over spot on the way to CO via highway 50 and interstate 70. Reservations were made while we were driving that afternoon. National reservation desk was great and hotel check in staff were kind and efficient since we were a late check in. We were in our room quickly.

I struggle to find good things to say about this place besides the location was easy to get to. The rooms were incredibly filthy and the staff was rude. The manager himself had discriminated against us in multiple ways. On top of that, the manager refused to offer us a refund after he made a mistake with the booking, blaming us for “not knowing how to book a room” and making fun of a disabled family member. I love Best Westerns, and have never had a bad experience with one until I stayed here. This hotel needs to fire this manager or be shut down, because discrimination on disability and racism/sexism are not what visitors want in a hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the room was. The beds were very comfortable which hasn't been my experience at most hotels. The guy at the front desk was very accomidating. For the price to stay here, it is a great value. Highly recommended.

We dropped our air buds out in the snow during the snow storm. An employee found them and brought them to the mgr. The Mgr is nice enough to mail them to me asap. We thought they would be gone, but thankfully for the staff and Mgr honesty, we are getting them mailed

Great staff, clean & well-appointed room, well-stocked breakfast in a great location with easy access to interstate. Appreciate the caring community for wildlife in area. Will stay here again in the future.

I've stayed this location twice and had great experience each time. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent full breakfast. I booked with the front desk once and through the app and both made for a simple and quick check in. Hot tub was a great too!

Having stayed in The Best Western Richfield Inn 4 Times, 2 times in Oct. "23" and 2 times so far in January "24", My wife and I (and our dog Charlie), have found the rooms to be clean and neat with easy access. The Manager, Ishwar Chaudhari has been very polite, helpful and great to deal with. Only had the free breakfast once and it was good. I recommend it and I will staying here again!

I stayed here one night with my two dogs while driving between southern California and front range Colorado. It was the perfect halfway point, and conveniently located just off I-70. I was looking for an affordable pet-friendly option, and the proprietor here was so helpful in adjusting my reservation (the booking website I used didn't prompt for adding comments, so I called to make sure I had a pet room). It's a smaller hotel, which was great since my dogs can be restless in larger hotels with people coming and going. The outside was also well lit, which I appreciated when out with my dogs before bed and in the morning. Highly recommend for anyone traveling in similar circumstances. And, for anyone who is mindful when choosing a business to support, staying here appeared to support a family of color running the hotel, which I appreciated in this remote area of Utah.

This hotel is right off the freeway and is a good place for a night's stay on a long drive. It's pretty quiet, and the breakfast has a lot of options. There's a little area in the back if you have a dog with you, and there are bags provided. The rooms have plenty of lighting. The bathroom could use a little updating, but there's nothing wrong. We had some trouble with our key upon check-in, but the manager was very kind and able to help us.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good value. Ample parking, good breakfast. Nice pool. Walking distance to several fast food restaurants. Choice of several fuel locations nearby. Well lit parking lot

Manager was super friendly and funny. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Nice to have an oasis in the middle os Utah. The price was good as well. I think I paid around 90 for the night.

Way cool staff make you feel like your part of the family always was greeted every morning with good morning and how are you Breakfast every morning was really good. Pool is awesome. Beds and rooms on point.

The room is nicely appointed and was very comfortable temperature-wise upon arrival. The room was clean, and the mini fridge was amazingly cold and even had s mini freezer which worked so well, keeping our cold-packs 100 percent frozen. I love that the sink is out in the room and separate from the toilet and shower. The water pressure in the shower is truly noteworthy, and the water temp maintains its temperature. The breakfast is wonderful. You can have scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, or even make your own waffles. The parking lot is well lit and is very safe 24/7. The staff is friendly. The manager, Mr. Ishwar Chaudhari, is ever present and very accommodating. He is knowledgeable in regards to the region and can tell you about the restaurants, etc. He also has s wonderful sense of humor and holds great conversations. He genuinely cares about you as a guest and as an individual and wants to honestly know how you are doing and if he can do something for you. My husband and I make it a point to stay at the Richfield (Utah) Best Western every time we are in the area because of Mr. Chaudhari. How he manages the property snd his staff is above and beyond, and we appreciate that. His and his staff's hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Best Western Richfield Inn, for providing outstanding service, a clean and safe environment, and a consistent always-comfortable stay.

Stayed here again as previous stays were great. This time we didn't check in until after midnight and we were welcomed with a smile. This hotel has been the perfect rest break on our road trips. We would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

A group of us from several states visited Richfield for the ATV Jamboree. The general manager, Ishwar, went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and more. Coming again next year.

During our stay Ishwar was so kind to all our needs. We could not ask for a better motel. We have been coming here for about 18 years and always so helpful. We give him and the motel a very high rating.

The rooms were clean, easy access, friendly & helpful staff. Ishway rolled out the red carpet. It was a busy weekend in town and he made sure I was prepared. review is done, trip advisor has some sort of stupid policy that the review is a minimum of two hundred characters so I'm just filling space now.

We have stayed here twice and each time we were pleased with the room, the simplicity and kindness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere. I am really happy they are pet friendly and despite staying in a pet friendly room, it was very clean. I will be staying here again.

Very lovely hotel with excellent service and a great staff. The rooms were clean and the furnishing was very up-to-date and expensive looking. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very courteous and anxious to make our stay the best possible.

The hotel had plug-in air fresheners in every outlet throughout the hotel- in the hallways and the rooms. I suffer from osmophobia (getting a migraine from intense scents). We unplugged the plug-ins and opened the window, but the scent never lessened. I was so sick through t the entire stay. Thank goodness it was just one night I discussed this with the manager and she just said, “well, lots of people like the scent”. I cannot go back. Wanted those who are sensitive to strong scents to be aware.

Circumstances of my trip going and coming caused me to arrive late in the evening yet both times I was greeted kindly, despite the late hour and made to feel welcome. While not the newest hotel in the area it is easy to observe the care and high standards in place. The rooms are comfortable with good space and very clean. The parking access was great and gave me confidence my vehicle was also in a good area. Oh, and the peach tree, actually bearing fruit next to the building made my heart glad! Breakfast was great. The staff, all that I met seemed like good people with good spirits. Like people that are interesting, care about others and want the best for you. I would certainly stay here again.

Great overall in all the sense of the word. Close to food, gas stations and Tesla chargers. The place was clean and organized. The staff was absolutely great as well. I will stay here again next time.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel, from the service to the value to the comfort, to the hospitality! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great and we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. One of the staff members helped us carry all of our luggage to the room. Another staff member actually mailed me a couple of items I had left behind. I had a really rough time with car sickness, traveling to Denver, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stop off and get a good nights sleep. I would highly recommended this hotel!

Ishwar was the kindest, most caring person I've met in a long time. If you're looking for somewhere to stay where the staff actually care, this is the place! He made the room available for me at 8am.

I have to say that the customer service of this establishment was completely on point , they were very helpful, polite, and respectful. I very much appreciated their professionalism with the way they conducted business. And the General Manager Ishwar Chaudhari gets a 5 star review from me all day every day! All in all I would recommend this location to anyone passing through Fairfeild Utah.

The Best Western in Richfield was ideal for our family vacation. All amenities were available to us that we wanted. We would return should the chance come about if we are in Richfield in the future. Staff was friendly and inviting and wished us to have safe travels.

You need more channels on the TV if you want to compete with the other hotels. Where is your elevator, yeah I get it, it's only two stories, but stairs are hard for some people. I saw one poor guy really struggle with them. Had I known you didn't have one I would have requested a first floor room, as I'm sure he would have too. Breakfast was sub par, the hallways were roasting hot, we had to have our keys reprogrammed five times during our three days stay, spa was broken. All these things add up to a terrible experience. Tell me, would you book there again if you were coming back to Richfield or would you spend the extra $30-50 for someplace else?

Overall pretty comfortable and very affordable. And the breakfast was pretty good the staff was kind and informative. The pool wasn't very busy even though the hotel was booked out. The cable they had had some good shows on too

I have been able to stay at this hotel a few times, and the staff is always, nice, friendly, and very accommodating. This most recent trip, I had something come up that was out of my control. The gentleman at the counter was very accommodating of my needs, and my change in itinerary, working with me to make the adjustments that were needed. Overall, as I've found in the past, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. I will definitely continue to stay at this hotel when I'm in the area.

Lovely well kept hotel right off the highway with nice carpeting and bedding. Presents like a more expensive hotel and will not disappoint! Town is clean and lovely, Subway snd Arby's in walking distance. Very nice stop.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, larger refrigerator, unlike some tiny ones that couldn't fit any food, clean room that smells good, what else can I ask for? I stayed in a pet-friendly room which had a side door conveniently located next to my room. I was pleasantly surprised to have a great mountain view out of my window. Usually, pet-friendly rooms get the worst location, this hotel surprised me and my husband. The breakfast was good. My overall first impression of this place and Ishwar is a lasting impression! I would love to stay here again and I will if we are in the area again. I highly recommend this place!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past year. They have always been over accommodating, super helpful, and provided a home away from home atmosphere. Management and room were awesome

This by far has been one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Ashwar and the front desk are super friendly. The breakfast food was better than most by far, (Biscuits and Gravy and Waffles and more) Very affordable and for sure treated very kindly and respected by staff. I will be coming back here anytime I need to stay in richfield to visit my daughters.

Stayed here while traveling from Minnesota to California. Had a very nice stay. Very well priced and dog friendly. Everyone we met on the staff was happy and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I missed the morning breakfast. Was nice to have a hot tub for relaxing after a long drive. Would recommend this location.

We had a wonderful stay here! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They had really nice soaps and lotions and the shower pressure was incredible. Ishtar is the man! He gave us water and crackers and an extra blanket after a long day of traveling. He is an awesome host. The breakfast was much better than I expected, you can tell that a lot of care was put into it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean, both the room and the main areas. The bed was very comfortable and the room nicely updated. Great place to stay with the dog, there is a park fairly close to the hotel with a dog run which was nice for a little walk after a long ride in the car. We left early so didn't try the breakfast but the room was very clean and well organized.

A wonderful and clean hotel with a great housekeeping staff and General Manager Ishwar! The breakfast was hot and plentiful and the coffee was darn good! The area was very safe and there is a Walmart nearby if needed. There is a Subway sandwich shop next door where you can get a quick sandwich for the road.

Staff was pushy and not very accommodating. DO NOT show up before check in because they will tell you to leave, even though the hotel was EMPTY. Continental breakfast was horrid. TV had a blown speaker so it was hard to watch. Coffee maker has incorrect filters so it was impossible to brew a cup.

The breakfast was poor, the room was clean and beds comfortable. Was prompted by the check-in receptionist to give a review of 10 across the board to receive additional reward points. That seemed strange to us

I have stayed at this property many times over the years when traveling from LA to Denver. It is quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in this area. I will continue to stay here anytime I am near. A wonderful hotel.

This hotel is amazing. Clean, great environment and amazing staff. Breakfast was also delicious! I will stay here again, when I'm in the area. This is a great location for any of your ATV trips. A great starting point.

a last minute booking as I was just too tired to keep driving. Very nice and fairly new facility in Richfield Utah, right off the highway. Adequate parking as i was towing a trailer too. Very clean and exceeded my expectations. Room was all i needed for a good nights sleep. Even though the place was near capacity rooms were quiet and very well appointed with all you need. Bathroom layout was great.

if you need to stop this place is fine, but not up to BW standard. Older, no elevator, friendly check in staff but breakfast man is pushy and staulking Internet was slow, rooms small and older. location, location. if you are traveling this way, it is okay, Quick in and out

This hotel was immaculate. The staff was friendly and extremely professional. They bent over backwards to make sure all our needs were met. The rooms were quiet and nicely appointed. This is a great place to stay when traveling along Interstate 70.

Exceptional staff, very clean room and great prices. They have rooms for pets for a small additional charge. The location is close to the interstate and food. It is located just 1/2 mile outside of downtown Richfield, UT. Definitely recommend.

The staff are friendly and the manager is excellent at meeting any requests you may have. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Richfield. Rooms were clean and they had a nice pool and hot tub.

We were in Richfield Utah to attend a funeral for a family member. I took four rooms to house family members. The morning of checkout there were attempts to intimidate my family by very loud banging on doors and hollering "check out time" by desk staff. This commotion was at 10:30am, which was one half hour before the 11:00am checkout time. Terrible, lasting image for the Best Western brand.

Everyone was quite friendly. the rooms were clean and nice. and the room window opens which for some reason is rare these days we came late to breakfast (11:30) and the hostess graciously allowed our hungry stomachs some of the morning food

We are driving across the country (from Boston to LA). We got in very late last night. Check in was friendly, fast and easy. The room was comfortably clean. Plenty of parking. Had everything we needed for a place to rest and get back on the road!!

This was a very nice Best Western! The staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms were in great, very clean, comfortable, and updated. The property was very well kept with nice areas for walking your dog. Breakfast was awesome!! So many hotels have really skimped on the breakfast they offer since COVID, but this locations doesn't it right! We will definitely keep this hotel on our route and will be back. We really appreciate the care they put into this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and near fuel for an easy overnight stop. The staff were extremely welcoming to us and especially our two dogs. Breakfast was great and served in a cozy room that felt like a diner.

I usually don't write reviews but I now feel it is the perfect time. I am a frequent traveler and stay at the Best Western Richfield approximately once a month or so. This is my go to hotel!! This hotel is a great value, very clean, extremely helpful staff (with every stay) and very convenient right off the interstate with a large parking area. No matter how small my request the entire staff at the hotel go out of their way to be accommodating every time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and they also accept pets!! Thank you.

The best part of this hotel is the management. We spent more than 3 weeks there, and management helped accommodate our schedule, made breakfast early for our group, and even would carry our bags for us if we requested. Rooms were always clean. Hottub and pool were great. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, waffles, cold cereal, biscuits and gravy, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk and some treats.

This is a nice family run hotel and I felt very welcome by the staff. Very clean and well maintained property along with a nice breakfast that was also well maintained. Front desk was very helpful with honest local dining suggestions. I had a pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff. Great spot for the night-welcomed our dog for only a $20 charge. Very clean….comfy bed! Breakfast was terrific! Coffee superb! Even had those yummy waffles! Conveniently situated right off the interstate but seemed very quiet. Gas station adjacent to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with good wifi. It was staffed with good people. My husband was pleased with breakfast - Our reservation was everything we expected from a Holiday Inn Express. We would stay again!

We were in town for business and needed to stay 2 extra nights. They were very friendly,clean,and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome! I have a dairy allergy and there was even no dairy options at the breakfast bar,which I much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again,and would recommend!

We were thrilled when found a hotel in Richfield for the price that we found due to there being a baseball tournament in the area. We booked right away and agreed to the $20 fee to bring our pet with us. The next day we noticed that were charged twice for our room. We contacted the hotel to address this issue. We were treated so poorly that we were honestly shocked. They continued to tell us we were lying and we were not over charged we were called stupid and told to not stay at the hotel. We canceled the room due to the treatment that we received by the lady who answered the phone and the general manager Ishwar. We followed the recommendation of our credit union and send emails showing our charges to the general manager and to the Best Western Cooperate. Hopefully this will be the end of this nightmare. I would never recommend this hotel due to the treatment and names we were called all due to their mistake.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is located just off the interstate and convenient for travelers who need a hotel in that vicinity. The room rates are the best we had on out 7 day motorcycle trip over 6 States.

The room did not smell good. I was also disappointed because on the BW website said it was a standard $20 pet fee per night and up to 2 pets. When I got to the hotel I was charged $40 for two dogs each under 10lbs. It felt like far too much. But the room was cheap, and the breakfast was fine. I also appreciated that their parking lot was convenient for loading and unloading.

I found this Best Western of Richfield, Utah to be an excellent value with a caring staff. The room was clean and was adequate for my needs. A bonus was that it is located close to the freeway, so easy on and off. I will stay again and would recommend.

My family and I have been traveling from Chicago to California and we were on the way back home. I booked this hotel because some of the reviews said the hotel wasn't horrible and it was decently priced. When my dad and I were checking in, the lady who was supposed to great us met us with glares and was rude and hostile. Since we checked in a bit late, around 10:30 pm, I assume she was tired and ignored it. When we got to our room you can tell they didn't clean it all too well. There was black small hairs on everything and there was a dead spider on one of the pillows. There was even a nasty booger on the sheets. My sister-in-law went to ask for blankets and towels so we could sleep more comfortably in the dirty room and was rudely told that everything was sold out and that our room was fully equipped. There were no extra blankets and there were barely enough towels for all of us to use. Again we thought that was a weird thing to say at a hotel but decided to stay and sleep since we were tired of driving all day. The next day in the morning, we decided to eat the free breakfast and take a quick shower before leaving. The breakfast was mediocre but it was free so its understandable. The drain for the shower didn't work and would clog up. It was disgusting. My dad tried to fix it so we could shower a bit more comfortably but the shower tub itself was disgusting. When checking out, I decided to speak up and tell the manager about how horrible our stay was. Instead of offering an apology or anything else he was rude and asked us to leave. My mom was with me when this happen, so when walking out I translated to her in Spanish what happened. The manager began yelling at us, taunting us, that he spoke Spanish and understood Spanish. He also said something along the lines of "stupid mexicans". I've never experienced this rude behavior at any of the other hotels like Comfort Inn or La Quinta, which I now recommend going to instead of Best Western.

The managers were extremely helpful and had great attitudes! The rooms were great and the beds were comfy. Also didn't expect t the breakfast to be that good! Went way above and beyond continental breakfast. Awsome place for the price! 5/5*****!!!!!

We were excited to be able to do small trips to get away and have a pool for the kids to swim but the pool has very limited hours, the gym has nothing for cardio that's safe, the breakfast was horrible and management was not accommodation or friendly.

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Richfield. They went above and beyond to make sure a had a great stay.

Mr. Chaudhari, the general manager, was very friendly and helpful during our overnight stay. In addition, about ten minutes after we left, we received a phone call from him, letting us know that the maid had found my eye glasses. The room was clean and the breakfast was hot and fresh.

Called this hotel was told it was 18.4 miles from Fillmore… when checking map found it was 68 miles and had to back track. Called back 5 minutes after and was told no refunds as I informed the manager I had just booked it and not being from around here his words were he was not refunding the 69.00 and was yelling … not very professional, as I stated to him that I would just turn in the charge as fraudulent charge on my credit card and hung up the phone. I called back to talk to him and he yelled at us and stated he canceled the reservation and I thanked him, his words were have a good night and I hope you never stay here again and hung up on me! VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do not stay here!! My husband, myself and my son with autism were refused my PREPAID room by the front desk woman at 11:30 at night!! She kept saying (very loudly) that we should have called to let them know we had a dog when we booked thru Bring Fido!! She was so rude and condecending and we were just exhausted and had to find another hotel at midnight after driving all day. It was so unnecessary to be treated that way I just do not undersstand.

Per Utah law, the hotel cannot charge more than the maximum room rate on the sign on the back of the room door. Room 104 had a maximum room rate of $180. We were charged $229.99 plus tax. There was no sense in complaining at the front desk as they said corporate sets the rates.

I stayed here on a Saturday night with my husband and our puppy. We had a great time. We were treated with kindness from check in all the way to check out. They even said bye to our puppy on the way out, it was so sweet. The bed was super comfortable, I didn't want to even get out of bed. The breakfast had a large variety and there was even an indoor pool. There was plenty of parking which is a plus. There is also gas stations and food near by (walking distance). Will definitely stay here again.

The lady at the desk, her name was Bhauvve? i beleive. she was VERY. helpful. extremely polite and accommodated me when my boyfriend and i had to check out early. the entire hotel was really clean and smelled great. the bed was soft, room was extremely clean i was pleasantly surprised. highly recommend. great hotel.pleasant staff. the man who cleans the rooms was great too. they were both very personable.

Great place to stay. Great hot breakfast! Clean! Everybody is Friendly, check in is fast, the ticket is ready for you when you walk in. They will accommodate any your needs if possible. Pool,hot tub, and work out area. Newer equipment!

I asked for a room in the early morning very last minute because I was traveling and got tired and they accommodated me so well. 10/10 would stay again. Rooms were clean and spacious! Small hotel (motel) with tight rooms. Bed was comfortable enough and the price was reasonable. Had a problem with the heater that wouldn't cycle off. We turned it down to 60 and it still stayed on. Had to use manual control. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just off the lobby, but doesn't have enough tables. The breakfast food was terrible. Saltiest scrambled eggs we have ever had. The sausage mediocre at best and no potatoes. The danish were stale and hard.

All the people working there were so nice. They always called me by name which is amazing. It was convenient in location. Would definitely stay there again. The pool and hot tub were both nice. They have an amazing breakfast as well.

I travel often between California and Colorado. Most of the time I do the drive in a single day but sometimes it has made sense to stop in Richfield, UT. When I do stop there I always stay at the Best Western Richfield Inn. It is clean and comfortable with an attentive staff and easy highway access. Also, I can walk to either a fast food or sit-down restaurant.

The hotel was inviting with Christmas decorations-and a kind gentleman at the counter. The pool was sparkling and the spa water warm. Hotel was clean. Our bed was comfortable and the heater was quiet. We rested well and the full breakfast was satisfying. This Best Western was a really good value.

This BW has friendly staff, is budget friendly but not cheap and the indoor pool and jacuzzi are perfect after a long drive. Food places are either walking distance, a short drive or can be delivered. Great stop for our family of 5!

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Plenty of pillows and towels. My kids loved the indoor pool. Employees were very kind. Hotel is located near several fast food restaurants and gas stations. Great place! We'll be back for another visit.

This was a nice hotel, very convenient to the highway. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog friendly all though they gave us crap because our dogs were over 40 lbs even though their website said differently. They let them in although the term dog friendly now days means pay us a lot more and they can stay. That doesn't just apply to this hotel though. Anyhow nice breakfast overall good experience overall.

We pulled in after a long day's drive with cranky two-year-olds. The manager/owner was super friendly, and that was nice. But it didn't end there. When I asked directions for the nearest grocery store, he asked me what I needed. I told him milk for the twins. He immediately opened the breakfast area and gave me half a gallon of milk, saving me the trip. This is going the extra mile. The room was clean, and well-maintained, and in the morning, I was pleasantly greeted by the cleaning staff. I can't say enough about how we were treated. It was such a nice change of pace from some other places we've been to. We were so happy with the motel that instead of stopping at Cedar City on the way back six days later, we drove on to Richfield so we could stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable — everything a traveler requires. The best breakfast around compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The manager was friendly and accommodating. We had a pet room and felt very welcome.

This hotel Had hot breakfast options in the morning and were ready by 6am. This hotel allows pets for only $20 per night and all of the staff were super nice. Would return to this place next time I'm in the area.

My Kids and I stayed here for a night while we visited Mystic Hot Springs. The staff was helpful, efficient, and kind. We used the pool, fitness room, and the included breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My Husband and I stayed there and the Service was Excellent !! The Manger and His Staff was Very Nice. The Rooms were Very Nice, Clean. The Complimentary Breakfast was Very Good. My Husband is a Truck Driver, We will be back to Stay when We come thru.

Having the best rates in all of Utah, this hotel was very nice, clean, modern, and well kept. My husband and I were very happy we chose the Best Western Richfield for a quick getaway, and loved its proximity to places like Fish Lake. The general manager was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was ample with hot foods like eggs and bacon. It even has a nice pool, hot tub & fitness center, and several TV channels.

The service was wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was very close to downtown Richfield. The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful. The breakfast bar had anything that you would want on it. The coffee was available all day, while we were there. The staff opened up the breakfast bar on the morning that we left, 2 hours early so that we could eat before we had to leave for our flight.

I was very impressed with the friendly service I had when staying at this best western. They answered my questions regarding places to eat & where to shop. It was slightly pricey but from doing research most places are pricey nowadays. Breakfast was free & filling & I didn't hear loud people on the other side of the walls like I usually do. Definitely recommend!

Spent 2 nights here as a base for some Razr rides. Location was great. Easy freeway and trail access. The staff was very polite. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Be aware, stairs are inside building, no elevator available. No outside seating available, but plenty of area if you have your own chairs. Didn't use the indoor pool or spa but looked nice and clean.

Other than when forced to stay at conference hotels, I have stayed only and Best Westerns for the last 10 years. I'm a fan. I've even stayed at this one 5-7 times but probably not again. Even with "Mask required on EVERY door, ZERO staff wore masks. The owner/manager just cuts and pastes the following for every negative review. Basically, they don't care "My name is Ishwar Chaudhari and I am the General Manager of Best Western Richfield Inn. We sincerely apologize for our Guest's inconvenient stay in our property. We will sincerely take this complaint into consideration and do apologize to the guest. I apologize that your experience was anything less than satisfactory. We did an overnight here and found the beds nice and firm. The pillows however were so stiff and tall I rolled up a sweatshirt to sleep on. You can't beat the view from our first floor window looking out at the mountains. Breakfast wasn't great but they had all the standards of eggs, bagels, yogurt and cereal. I couldn't find any hot water for tea but there's a Starbucks in town. The staff was pleasant when we interacted with them.

This hotel is very outdated, but for the price our stay was fine. The front office staff were very kind and helpful. Everything worked in the rooms and the beds were comfortable, but I'd suggest bringing your own pillow. The hotel was clean, but the carpets could have used a vacuum.

For being a best western this is one of the poorest quality best westerns I've stayed at. Shower heads function poorly, not enough power sources in room to use or charge all electronics we travel with in this day and age. Mini fridge still has packing plastic over it and shelves.

Great breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, donuts. Great amenities: clean pool and hot tub. Clean, smells great, semi- comfortable beds. Great deal. I plan to stay again. You can walk to a subway, Arby's, and a gas station from hotel. Perfect for a nights rest while passing through.

Signage clearly stated on the entrance door and throughout the hotel that masks were required. Hardly anyone wore a mask, include all staff members we encountered. There was no plastic shield at the front desk to protect either the guest or the hotel clerk. It seemed clear that no one was taking any COVID-19 precautions seriously.

My husband and I are on a road trip heading back to California, we needed a 1 night stay in Utah, I saw Best Western in Richmond, UT and I'm glad I picked this hotel. This place is immaculate clean! The Mattress we got is comfortable! The manager Mr. Ishwar is super accommodating! Oh btw it comes with a free breakfast! :-) we will consider staying here again when we are on our next road trip :-) Thanks again for taking care of us late last night!

Nice friendly hotel with good mattresses, a caring staff and a pleasant atmosphere. the hotel decore was pleasant and the rooms were quite. The subway restaurant next door was very convenient and is located near the highway .

1. We requested ADA room. We were arranged on 2nd floor and the hotel doent have elevator. 2. The front desk didn't know anything about how to redeem my gift card. 3. We were not allowed to bring breakfast to the room. At pandemic, the cafeteria table setting is without social distancing. We didn't feel safe to eat at cafeteria. 4. The person kept following us to our car while we were getting our luggage out and asked us to check out. We felt we were rushed to leave. Overalls, not a welcoming stay.

First off let me say we are Diamond Select rewards members so we have stayed at MANY Best Westerns throughout the United States. Some are great and some are just OK. This was a very good stay. The real reason for many of these reviews is the management is particular here. This results in a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. We actually appreciate that! We are passing thru on a small family vacation and after having a long day, my husband booked our night here. The property appears clean on the outside and upon entering our room, the room was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Can't ask for better than that after a long day with your children! Their breakfast is better than the standard continental breakfast and their fruit juice isn't the run-of-the-mill standard from concentrate. Management gave us an awesome room upgrade on the house! Much appreciated. We look forward to coming back here again.

Staff was welcoming and hospitable. Hotel and room were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient and a gas station is nearby. The only disadvantage was the lack of an elevator, which was not a problem.

I stayed at this Best Western for three nights. It was a comfortable room and it was clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here. They served a good breakfast every morning and there were many choices for different dietary issues.

Just looking for a simple place to sleep with breakfast. Construction noise unreal. Managed did not really want to be bothered. Linens, carpet and bathroom were filthy. Breakfast was poorly presented and limited. Eggs and sausage undercooked. Never again

The management team at this Best Western get hospitality. Sadly a rare find on our lengthy road trip this summer which continues even now. Immaculate rooms and attention to guests needs and concerns are foremost. We were experiencing mechanical issues with our mobility van. Hotel manager Ishtar recommended wo options for repairs and a "tell them I sent you". First choice worked out well and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Staying there again next week on our return leg.

As an older couple traveling by car when you get to a hotel and are staying on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator…sigh. Then Ishwar and family took care of us, lugged our luggage upstairs, did not want any recompense for that, and treated us very well. I strongly recommend this small motel! The folks there make a huge difference!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The pool area was opened until 10 pm, and after a 12 hour drive I needed a hot tub. The woman who checked me in was kind and delightful. Our room had great A/C and we enjoyed watching the television. I slept great and enjoyed my shower. Breakfast was amazing. I will be returning.

This was a great stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was provided. What I loved most was the refrigerator in the room. I was able to freeze my drinks overnight and take them with me the next day. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a really good restaurant that is within walking distance as well as arby's and subway right next door. It was also nice to be close to the freeway.

We stayed here for one night as we were driving through from a National park to Salt Lake City. All the employees were very friendly, everything was clean, and the breakfast was the best one we had on our 9 day trip. They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and all the other usual things that other hotels have on their breakfast buffet. The only negative thing I could say is there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues make sure you ask for the first floor.

This is a very nice and affordable family-run hotel, in a pretty setting. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast set-up was nicely done. It feels more like a B&B than a hotel, since the management is very involved.

These guys were the best. They helped us out and took us in along with our dogs! They are very friendly and even listened to my sad tale of how we became needing a room for the night. The rooms are very nice and clean. If you are ever in this area, I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable room ,good breakfast very helpful staff. We are in town with a UTV and they let us park all day after we checked out. Offered to fill our water bottle. Family owned business from what I can tell. UTV friennly town and the Paiute trail.

Stayed here last night. We had a large trailer and management was very accommodating. They let us keep it in the parking lot the day after our stay all day. They also let me fill up two large jugs with whatever I wanted (chose water). Room was clean. No complaints. Recommend.

On our drive from Colorado to California, we stayed overnight at the Best Western Richfield Inn and were very pleased. The room was exceptionally clean, and the free full breakfast in the morning was well prepared. For those who are travelling with a dog, a public park with an enclosed running space is just a few hundred feet away. We highly recommend this facility.

Overall this is a nice place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, nice selection.The spa could use some attention , the jets need work. I wasn't happy with being charged a different rate than what was quoted on the phone.

Came to check in and the manager upgraded my room for the same price as the one I had booked! The front desk person was also very helpful letting me know where everything is and what complimentary things BW provides to guests.

We had a change in travel plans and booked this inn at the last minute for a Wednesday night. We were checked in quickly and were even given a receipt at check-in. The husband and wife couple who worked at the desk were very nice and helped us with choosing places where we could eat dinner. The building had a hot tub and pool, a vending machine with soft drinks, and washer and dryer as amenities. Breakfast foods consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage links, along with a waffle maker, doughnuts, and yogurt. The room was pleasant enough. I liked the yellow lights that they had, rather than the harsh white lights that some hotels use. The sink was outside of the shower/toilet room, which was convenient. The inn is in a good location right off of the Interstate highway. We absolutely loved the little town of Richfield. It was like an all-American small town, with shops and restaurants along its Main Street. We found a family-run cafe for dinner on Main Street. We were happy with our stay in Richfield and were fine with the Best Western.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on his business trip. He had things to do during the day so I hung out in the hotel room and tried to relax and enjoy being away from home. First is all the noise! At 6 a.m. to after 12 p.m. they were yelling at each other in the hallways while cleaning rooms, slamming things around in the rooms around me, hitting my door with the vacuum from the hallway for hours all of this went on! The beds are terrible, the blanket is old, lights didn't work, shower barely worked, there wasn't any plugins on one side of the bed so we had to run a cord across the bed to run my husbands cpap. There was always this guy on the floor at the end of the 2nd floor hall as well it was creepy. FREE WIFI? NO, you get free buffering and booted connections. The internet was so terrible we had to use the hotspots on our phones to run our laptops. AND THEN! THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY STAY WAS EMPLOYEES NOT KNOCKING AND ENTERING OUR ROOM REPEATEDLY WHILE THERE WAS DO NOT DISTURB SIGNS ON OUR DOOR! I was horrified to wake up to a man walking into my room while I was sleeping! My husband went and talked to the front desk about it and we got a crap story that was clearly a lie about why they intruded into our room. They assured him it wouldn't happen again but lo and behold after my husband left the next day it happened again twice! No knock, just unlocked the door and came right in. After the first time I put all my electronics, jewelry and anything else of value in my car and left it there until I needed it then put it right back. It felt to me that they thought we weren't here because my hubby had left in the car but I was still here and they didn't know. The place was really clean but that's my only positive, JUST STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

After a 5+ hour ride from the Vegas area, I arrived at the Best Western Richfield Inn and realized that I mistakenly made my reservation for the following week. The hostess at the front counter not only was able to provide me with a room on the spot, but also went above and beyond to assure a quick settling in and a smooth departure in the morning. I recommend this location for anyone who needs an accessible and affordable stay on their way through Richfield.

I typically judge places based on (in order), service, cleanliness and comfort. This hotel nails service! The management and staff are attentive, kind, and remember who I am on sight. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds and other accommodations are comfortable.

The room was clean, we had two double beds which were comfortable. This is the first time I have stayed anywhere since Covid, so I felt the room was acceptable. The breakfast was good, but they did not have tables blocked off and the room was small to sit and eat. You could not take food back to your room, so it was bothersome to have other guests in there coughing without a mask. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We got to the hotel late, and the pool was closed, so my son was devastated. The lady at the front desk saw so she opened the pool and let us stay late. Very accommodating. Everything was very clean and well kept.

For the price this hotel is very good and close to the freeway. This is on the main drag of Richfield and the town is nice. It is clean, staff is caring, and breakfast is not bad. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel was clean, check in was easy and fast, as was checkout. Staff were very helpful and kind. This is a decent hotel. Probably akin to many others along a U.S. interstate in various small towns. Importantly during this pandemic, the rooms were clean. Complaints? Nothing major. Checkout time is 11am. I was out by 11am as required. Housekeeping knocked twice to see if I'd left. I took a 4000 mile roadtrip. When I got to a hotel, I wanted to sleep in so I wasn't thrilled about being rushed by knocking a couple times before checkout.

We had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The room has been updated, very clean and I honestly cannot complain about anything. Bed was great (got a nice full night's sleep), A/C super cold, nice TV, good shower and strong/fast Wi-Fi. A great perk was the breakfast. There were hot do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, donuts, etc. The hotel's location is very convenient to I-70. Overall, this was a great stay and we will certainly be back.

We stayed here one night on our way through town. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite adequate for a 1-night stay and most importantly quiet. While there isn't much grass nearby, there is a dirt lot and road that made taking the dog for a walk easy.

Zero sanitation or mask wearing restrictions. They have a plexiglass shield at the front desk but that's it. Open breakfast area with no sneeze guard. Bring Lysol and try not to breathe in the hallway.

The room itself was fine, and breakfast was actually fairly decent as far as complimentary breakfasts go, but the staff needs some training on how to treat people, especially the General Manager. Hotel also trys to push a bunch of bogus fee's, again the place itself is fine, Manager really would benefit from reading the book "Leadership and Self Deception" People respond so much better with trust and friendliness not hostility.

I got a good deal on a room at the best Western in Richfield Utah. But I was concerned about the comfort of my stay and the amenities they offer. As it turns out, I was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in a king bedroom and a two queen bedroom so far. The beds have been clean and comfortable. The service here has been very good. Ishwar Chaudhari, The general manager and the staff I have been very cheerful and helpful. I have enjoyed using the hot tub and pool and the breakfast they offer every morning is included and the food is good. I will be coming back here for two more weeks on business and I intend to stay at the best Western each time. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're passing through Richfield. JW

Very reasonably priced for the lovely, meticulously clean room we had. Nice variety for breakfast. It felt like staying at an inn because the staff were so personable and helpful. They even called us to let us know we'd left our pillows there. We originally came for one night and ended up staying for three. We'll be coming back for sure. We highly recommend Best Western Richfield Inn!

Everyone was incredibly friendly, which is rare nowadays haha. The fact that they serve breakfast at this time unlike other hotels (not naming anyone in particular, Marriot cough, cough) is great. Rooms were clean and beds were really comfortable. overall one of the best hotel experiences i've ever had.

One of the most accommodating places I have stayed. The staff went beyond expectations to make our stay comfortable. Very clean! We added a few extra days and they were so helpful and friendly. I would invite the staff to my home. They made us feel welcome. Good coffee, too.

We have family in Colorado Springs so this is a midway stop for us traveling from LA. We have stayed here 4 times so far and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays. Staff is friendly and remember us. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Complimentary breakfast has enough variety and they have great coffee, a must for my wife. The room rate is very reasonable. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. A gas station is also near the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again.

I booked this room on TripAdvisor and entered a town we were staying at. Evidently they gave towns near this and so I booked two rooms in error. They were non refundable. I asked for a refund anyway and they were on the phone within the hour honoring my request. Pleasant surprise. Support integrity!

Horrible Service! Front desk clerk was extremely rude! I called to share that there was hair all over the sheets and that the room was not cleaned well. He said nothing he can do and that he can check me out. No solutions to remedy my situation being that it was 11:30 at night. He was argumentative and did not want to hear my concerns. I asked for new sheets and he said to come down and get them. I have been staying at Best Western for my whole weeks road trip and this is the first Horrible experience! What a jerk!

Had a long drive across country from San Diego. This Best Western has a great location given it's about half way between major CA cities and Denver. Also looked at the map and investigated other options. You can drive a lot of miles before you'll find a similar options to stay or eat. I was pleased with how clean and quiet the place was even though it's just off of the freeway. Manager on duty was prompt and pleasant.

Great stay for mid price hotel. Clean room. Bigger fridge. Flat screen TV with HDMI inputs. Adequate breakfast. Quality towels. HVAC seems newer. Parking a little slim. Showerhead needs to be replaced.

The evening manager on duty was very hostile, unprofessional. Made a big mistake by booking online. This place manger needs extensive training on customer service and hospitality. Room was not equipped as advertised, old, dirty room. Manager wasn't wearing any mask while talking to us.

Am only giving 4 stars because we did not have a chance to try the pool or the breakfast - we woke up too late. Lobby nice and clean. Space where breakfast to be served looked roomy and clean. Decent sized indoor pool with chairs. Happy they kept all of these facilities available during "Covid". We made reservation late over the phone after researching on internet and Manager was able to match rates. Had all of our documents and keys ready when we arrived after 9pm. He was very pleasant in the morning as we filled our Yeti with ice. Room was clean and basic - very comfortable. One issue I would say is that the room was REALLY hot when we arrived - took an hour or two to cool off with good A/C. Since they knew what room we were going to be in they could have come up and turned it on for us.

My daughter and I were driving from Las Vegas to Colorado. We were so glad we stopped there. I didn't realize how far the next accommodations where. The staff was so nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. Great breakfast. If we ever pass through again we will stay there.

Management is terrible, the least flexible I have ever encountered as a BW platinum member. Any small thing occurs and they charge you an egregious amount. So disappointed. DON'T STAY HERE, you're better off at a campground. At least the bears won't steal your money.

Ishmar and his staff are wonderful people. Not only are all of the staff incredibly kind but the rooms were very clean and were available for a very good rate. I will be staying here again if I am in richfield again, Ishmar and his team gave me a terrific experience.

Hotel has a constant stream of people going in and out of side entry doors all night long - and the side doors slam shut very loudly. The only comment or response I got from front desk staff was "yes, we know it's an issue and we've been thinking about changing the side entry hours for quite some time" ... stop "thinking" about it and take action to make this easy change.

The hotel has no elevator and I traveled with my parents. They don't need a specialized room, but it is hard for them to do stairs. They put us on the top floor and did not give us an option to stay together on the main floor. They also told us the Health Department wasn't allowing any pools to be open in the area when all the rest of the area pools were open. They also said they had jetted tubs in every room and we even clarified the questions 3 times and they said yes. We got in the room and there was no jetted tubs. The breakfast was cold because all the warmers were broken and the plugs in the room were all broken. Stay anywhere else in Richfield!!

We stayed a night just to get out of Dodge. We tend to stay in BW, and this was a delight. Rooms were very clean. We had our two dogs with us, and felt very welcomed. Our room was on the first floor, and there is a very nice pet relief area right behind the hotel. Breakfast was well organized and had lots of nice options, hot and cold. This is a welcoming hotel. Very good vibe, very clean, convenient location. There is a small dog park in walking distance at the visitor center/park. We would stay here again.

On our way home to Il from Ca we found this gem. Manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was perfect and the whole place was immaculate. We travel with our 2 Shih tzus and they are welcome too. Price was great and when I forgot my jewelry when we checked out the manager found it and mailed it to my home in Il that day! We'll definitely be back on our way home next yr. thank you.

The best option for price, quality, and convenience in Richfield, Utah, is the Best Western Richfield located just off I -70 and the northern Richfield exit. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the entire staff was friendly and upbeat. Because we often travel by car between Las Vegas and Eastern Colorado, we often break up the trip with an overnight stay along the way. We have visited this property several times and have never had a major issue. We think it easily the equivalent of the HI Express across I-70 for a much-more reasonable price.

When I arrived to the hotel I was in need of some help. I had a business meeting that was starting very soon after and they were able to help me out right away. I highly value a place that truly cares about their customers.

This motel made zero accommodations for the COVID-19 and was out of compliance with the Best Western standards listed at the time on their reservation site. No hand sanitizer at the front desk or anywhere, no masks on staff or for guests. Breakfast served as buffet in small room where social distancing not possible. Sign forbids guests from taking food to eat safely in their room. None of the promised breakfast to go bags or prepackaged breakfast items. Manager said he was in charge of breakfast and only he could make rules for how it is served. No outside input from the health department or Best Western.

Good mattress with good linens. Reasonable rate and better than similar hotels in the area. Includes breakfast 6-9am. Friendly staff. Clean modern bedroom and bathroom. TV with good selection of channels. Would definitely stay here again.

I will be working in Richfield 1-3 days per week. I will be coming from St George. I will continue to use this hotel. The room was clean and the price was considerably lower than other hotels in the area.

Want to give credit to the Mgr and staff at this hotel. They were very friendly from check in to check out. Its refreshing to stay at a very reasonable priced hotel where the people running the hotel really care. The room was large a recently renovated so everything was clean and modern. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

We stayed here last year when we moved our son to California. It's a pretty regular chain lodging. The property has been nicely maintained. The halls are a bit dark, but clean and tidy. The room is fine. Typical of a chain hotel. It had a King Bed, a writing table, a microwave and mini fridge. Worked fine for a quick stay. For breakfast they have a small room off the lobby. Very typical of a chain hotel. Coffee, OJ, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt. Fine way to get the day started. They were most accommodating for a last minute stay. And the rate is excellent.

I visited during the COVID-19 outbreak and I felt comfortable here because everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were nice and not too crowded. The staff was very friendly and even provided dairy-free breakfast options when I asked. I would stay here again!

Rooms very clean, good internet and TV channels. Staff very helpful. Food is in walking distance (Subway, Arby's, and family restaurant). Beds are comfortable. Frig, microwave, coffee pot gives options to eat out or in room, Breakfast has everything you need to start your day. Very quiet even though right off the freeway.

The room is very clean, it's well taken care of. Fitness room & pool are terrific. Breakfast was great, loved the waffles. Front desk workers are really nice and quick at checking out. I would recommend staying here in the future when I visit again.

This hotel was very clean and extremely reasonably priced. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center were very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful and also had hot breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

Was there for business and needed an extra hour or two in the room. Requested late checkout but staff was very rude. They came to the room at 10:50 and told me it was 11:15 and I had to leave. Told them I would be out by the checkout time of 11. I was surprised how rude and aggressive they were. Apparently this hotel has a reputation for this kind of treatment. Not typical of Best Western.

The room was very clean. Very friendly and helpful mgmt. I forgot my phone charger and they loaned me one. In the morning I tried to return the charger and mgmt told me to keep it. Great people, great hotel.

Overcharged!! Had to threaten to involve the police. Very hostile manager. Had us take our own clean towels the next day to our room. Didn't even change our linens or clean our room. And actually couldn't tell you when our room was last cleaned actually. Half fixed repairs in the room. Hairs on the pillow cases that weren't from us. Not very clean. One of those rooms where they make it look clean and nice until you start using the room. When they called to state when we would be arriving to check in didn't even state who or where they were callling from. Caller id came up as some middle eastern name so I thought it was a typical scam call.

Was not our first choice when looking for a place to stay but when we pulled off I-70 it was right there and we checked it out. Great choice...very personable, professional and friendly staff. Easy access to our room, they had a hot tub we used and it was pretty nice....could have been a few degrees warmer but still relaxing. The room was very clean and spacious, the king size bed was very comfortable and lighting around the bathroom sink was great. The shower was wonderful with abundant hot water. It had a nice refrigerator and microwave. Was within walking distance to Subway or Arby's. We would definitely stay here again

This hotel is on the top of my list. Family operated with pride. Clean, updated, friendly, and the best place to stay in Utah. I travel a lot and have lodged over 300 nights in a year, and the team here delivers on all expectations.

Room was ok, mattress not good, Breakfast was not what we expected. Very noisy, any time someone walked down stairs we could hear them. It was very hard trying to sleep as the sound proofing of the rooms was less than desirable

I was skeptical when my company booked me at a Best Western. But I have had the most comfortable stay. The room is clean, the breakfast each morning has been tasty, the owners who run the hotel are so hospitable. I have enjoyed my stay. There is an indoor pool, I didn't try it out, but it looks inviting. The in-room microwave and fridge are clean and work great. The bed is super comfy and the room has lots of outlets, strong internet and yeah...super cozy! It is a little worn through, you can tell by the scuff marks on the walls, but that just added to its charm.

I stayed in the room with my reward points. The checking in and out went smoothly with very friendly people. The rooms are clean and up to date. I will definitely stay at this Best Western again in the future.

The Best Western Richfield Inn is a well maintained hotel in a beautiful location in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains. We were treated extremely well by very cordial people in this well maintained facility. Beds were very comfortable, the view is outstanding, and breakfast was very ample and well serviced. We stayed here for the first time because it is half way between Denver and San Diego, and were pleasantly surprised with such excellence. I highly recommend this Best Western hotel to anyone traveling through. Thank you, Staff, you were great.

This is an older property but clean and comfortable. The location is good, the staff is awesome and the price is right! The beds and pillows are decent. If you don't expect 5 star luxury then you should be happy here.

When I looked at this hotel I read reviews but some of the reviews seemed bias so I decided to stay here and find out for myself. Upon staying here I found the rooms to be very clean and the breakfast average, but the price was below average. So overall value it was awesome.

I booked this hotel last minute through Priceline. Priceline failed to send the reservation to the hotel. The hotel manager was very helpful in going to bat for me and getting Priceline on the phone and getting things straightened out. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable.

Located right off the freeway this hotel has everything my family needs. Free full breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and lots of TV channels.. Management is very helpful to accommodate extra blankets, coffee for the room... I could stay at the Marriott, but the service here makes it feel like my second home.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Rooms are incredibly old, tired, dreadful smelling, lots of scuff marks on furniture etc. All towels and linens appear to be at leas 10 years old. Heater did not work in our room and had to call the front desk person to come and reset the fuse. We were lucky that we only had to spend a few hours at this hotel. Breakfast can only be described as 'avoidable' at best. the only good feature of this hotel is that it is close to the exit and there is a gas station next door.

Room was slightly above ok as the heater was noisy all night and so was the bathroom fan. Worst part was the customer service. My wife has meds that need refrigerated and since we had a 12 hour drive the next day we asked the desk clerk/manager (vipus) if he would be so kind as to put our cold packs in the freezer overnight. He said there was no freezer. The next morning at breakfast the wonderful lady named tiffeny went in the back room and there was a freezer. I asked if we could use it for the half hour before we left and she said sure. At least got a bit cold. When vipus found out he got upset about it. Hope she does not get in trouble. Bad taste left in our mouth plus got little sleep with the noisy room as when told nothing was done to move in I'll annoy her place

Nice area. And it's not on Hotel row, it's the next exit so there is more privacy. It's close to the hospital. The lobby is nice. Not thrilled with the workout area though, so I went for a walk. But the manager and the people were friendly.

Staff were great and friendly, price was right, very good breakfast. Hotel was pet friendly. Rooms were really nice, clean and plenty of room. The hotel looked 1st class. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again without hesitation.

This is one of the poorest experiences we have had with Best Western Hotels. We arrived right around 3:30 and certainly didn't feel welcome. The front desk agent was surly and unhelpful. The room is very small, the toilet is so loud when it is flushed that you can't talk unless the door is closed. The hallway is dark with almost no light, dark walls and dark carpets. We could hear the people in the hall and the doors opening and closing and there was only a few cars in the parking lot. Breakfast was the bare minimum. There was a very strong smell in the lobby and hallways - maybe incense or something to cover other smells. There are many hotels in Richfield and I would suggest try somewhere else.

Forget sleeping if they are doing laundry. My room was on the 2nd floor while the laundry was on the 1st floor. Around 2 am the headboard attached to the wall was vibrating and woke me up. I couldn't go back to sleep until the machine turned off. Also, the neighbor across the hall was so loud, all the surrounding guests complained but nothing was done about it. After 11:30 p.m. we finally knocked on their door and asked them to be quiet. They finally were more quiet, but then I was awakened by the laundry. Worst sleep ever for paying for a nice King Suite.

I stayed here with a friend and we both came to the conclusion that we wouldn't again. The room was so small with queen beds that you couldn't pull the chair out from the desk to put on your shoes so you had to pull it next to the window. The hall lighting was very dark where it was hard to see your room number. Inside the bathroom the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the stopper to stop the bathroom door from putting a hole in the wall was filled with toilet paper to deaden the sound of the door hitting it. The shower head had one of those aerators on it so if your short and have the hot water tuned up all the way it is Luke warm at best. The toilet paper was single ply . As for the breakfast you could oil your car off of the sausage they had there and the scrambled eggs were stone cold and the hard boiled eggs I think had been there for a week.

We just stayed one night but everything was great! The price was amazing and they allow you to have a dog for only $15 extra! The hotel was super clean and the beds very comfy! It was so nice having the breakfast included too!

Great service, speedy check in and out. All the quality of a Best Western hotel, but the breakfast area was too small. I didn't like the configuration of the rooms either. Everything else was goo quality

Manager and Staff excell at customer service. Safe, efficient, friendly atmosphere. After traveling through several states and turning down some Inns we encountered, Richfield Inn was a relief to find. We wish all Inns were at this standard. Enjoy your stay at Richfield Inn.

We stayed at this hotel the same week as the ATV Jamboree although we were there for other reasons. The hotel was at capacity and parking was very tight. The staff was able maintain their helpfulness at the front desk and in the breakfast area regardless of the commotion. We would recommend to anyone.

Superior service the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean. It was very peaceful. Nice to open the window and have fresh air. The breakfast was a complete surprise. They had everything eggs sausage cereal waffles coffee juices etc. I highly recommend staying here if you're traveling through Richfield.

Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities that you need-- great bed, good wifi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and coffee maker, desk and comfortable chairs for relaxing and viewing large-screen TV. Good selection of great restaurants within walking distance. All-in-all, a great stay.

Ishwer made the place even better, He was very helpful and lent a bit of humor to his job. Recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. The room was very clean and quiet. We strongly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here last week for the jamboree, all of the employees are very nice and make sure that you are taken care of ! There is plenty of parking. The staff even had a huge pizza party with beer one night!! The rooms are nice and clean and very affordable. The place is very close to town, gas stations, and restaurants. We will be back !! This hotel is very old and not updated. Sheets were so old they were thin and pilling—felt gross. Room seemed clean, but carpet made our feet turn black. Front desk was not helpful in accommodating our request for a first floor. This is understandable in that the hotel was sold out, but he didn't even offer to check to see if he could help. With no elevators in this two story hotel, he gave us a room in the exact middle of the second floor, with the stairs located on each end of the building. In addition, only one ice machine in the entire hotel was located on the first floor. My husband has heart problems, and recently had heart surgery, but we dealt with all of this anyway. It was the flippant attitude of the front desk that made our experience even worse.

Very friendly staff ! beds were very comfortable! breakfast was very good . I would recommend this hotel to anybody who's traveling through the area! Would be nice if their room rates were more comfortable to other local hotels! But then again there on the upper side of the hotel so was worth the money spent!

Contrary to a prior reviewer's comments, I have stayed here several times driving from Denver to Las Vegas with my cat and found this a great place to stay with him. He naturally picks up the scents of prior animal occupants of the room when we first enter the room, but I have never detected any scents or any physical evidence of prior animal (or human) occupants of the room. The room was very comfortable. The operators of this Best Western are very friendly, and they provide a very nice breakfast--all for a very reasonable cost.

My boyfriend and I drove from Moab to Zion and decided to break up the trip and stay in Richfield for a night. We were able to book the day of when we needed to stay. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Utitlized the hot tub and pool and complimentary breakfast. Bed was comfortable and we felt very rested to finish our camping trip!

The price for this room was excellent and it was only another $15 for my cat. It's a basic room, which if fine if you just need a comfortable bed when traveling. If I didn't have a cat with me I'd recommend this hotel for the comfortable bed and basic room. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom but it had a microwave and refrigerator. The problem I had was finding a petrified dog turd on the floor when I bent over to pick up my hair dryer nozzle. Then, I lost my cat and upon investigating, I discovered there was torn lining under the box springs so the cat climbed in and could hide under the bed. This is no problem if you don't have a cat that is already skittish about all the dog smells in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the beautiful and tastefully decorated lobby. The room we stayed in was also tastefully decorated as well as clean and quite. Breakfast excellent with many choices—and the coffee was great. Given the location I'd recommend a stay in this hotel before and after you visit the National Parks in the area.

Nice surprise. Room clean and breakfast great. Support the idea of keeping food in dining room. Too many greedy people carry plates piled high with food to eat later. Diffidently a place to stay if you're on your way to Utah's National Parks.

The bed was comfortable, the shower had much space and works really good. Good water pressure. Breakfast ends a little bit too early (09.00 am). So, now let's have a talk about the man at the reception desk that was working August 30th 2019 in the (late) evening. The man was at 10.30-11.00 pm arguing with some other guests, they sounded really angry and very loud, not just the guests but also the BW man. It took half an hour before the screaming (!!) had ended. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous on this very late evening, almost night. We had a long day, were extremely tired and just wanted to sleep at that time. It's crazy that the BW employee kept us awake. Think this man was truly horrible. Next morning he was there again at the front desk, didn't even ask how our stay was. It's better for him to look for another job.

Well, we didn't know what to expect. Our room rate was $58/night. I was worried that we'd have a run-down property. Not the case. While not a palace, the Richfield Inn was a nice place for an overnight stay. This is a simple, nice two story hotel set right beside the road. We were most pleasantly surprised. The property had been recently upgraded. The room quite nice. Very typical of a chain hotel. It had two Queen Beds, a writing table, an easy chair a microwave and mini fridge. The furnishings and bedding had recently been upgraded. The hallway was a bit dark (but we don't spend much time in the hallway – unless of course my wife kicks me out of the room). The breakfast area is in a room off the Lobby. Small-ish with additional seating in the Lobby. Breakfast was typical of chain hotels. Nothing special. But got us going. A pleasant stay.

Typical Best Western. Motel has all standard rooms. Room was VERY clean as was the entire motel. No surprises. Breakfast just ok and the hot tub not hot. Otherwise a GREAT value as you stay for a clean room with a good bed. Best Western delivers that.

Room was comfortable and quiet; I set AC at 70--outside was 90s; breakfast was worth at least $30 for couple from regular restaurant--fluffy scrambled eggs, sausages done to perfection, orange juice, milk, other juices and coffee available; yogurt; waffles you can make. Food on site allowed one of us to watch the dog in an air-conditioned room. We used both pool and hot tub--tub had heat and timing controls. Pool is about 25 x 40--small, but useful to cool down after long trip. Restroom in hall near pool so don't have to go back to room from pool. Latest flat screens both in room and in lobby. Gas station nearby (150 feet). Redoing Subway next door (50 feet). Lots of restaurants within 3 miles--one about 250 feet from Best Western nearer to freeway Richfield Main Street Exit. Walmart is 4-5 miles away, and convenient to the other(South) I-70 freeway entrance. Met several couples going to Las Vegas from Denver, and one family going to a reunion. Close to Fish Lake and other recreational locations. The staff was very helpful.

Traveling through on our way home and needed a place to sleep for the night, so we booked two rooms here. . Comfortable beds have newer mattresses, rooms have microwave and fridge, friendly staff, good breakfast, and a beautiful view. Nice place to stop for the night!

I was surprised that this place has an overall rating lower than 4. We only stayed 1 night travelling from CA to CO - everything was fine - service was great and beds were comfy. AC was efficient, had a microwave and fridge so we could make dinner and get to bed. Breakfast was standard BW fare and rules. I would be comfortable staying here if I were travelling alone.

Needed a room on short notice. Searched the internet to find a fair price. Was not disappointed at this BW. Staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The pool/whirlpool was relaxing at the end of the day. The washer/dryer was easily accessible and reasonably priced for laundry needs. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast had many options. Would like to see more fruit options, if possible. Only negative comments: the fan in the bathroom was very loud. We used express checkout and housekeeping knocked on our door twice to see if we had left before 8 am. Check out time was 11 am. Would stay here again - it was an overall very positive stay.

Traveling close to 550 miles we were running behind schedule. We called ahead just to verify that our rooms were available. We were placed on hold for 25 minutes...fortunately we continued driving as we waited. Hung up and redialed...same individual answered and he gave a very nonchalant "yeh you are ok" Well upon arrival we found out that we did not have two rooms. Eventually sorted the mess out. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Great that an iron and board were provided. Breakfast was perhaps the outstanding feature of the overnight stay. Selection was varied and ample, The fruit was fresh. The coffee was very good...my only problem on breakfast was that my wife and I could not be seated with the In-laws. They were visiting from Nairobi, Kenya and were not in the least familiar with American procedures...Not a major problem. Checking out was a simple process

To put it simply my experience here was awful. This hotel does not allow one to bring breakfast or food into one's hotel room that has both a microwave more seating and a refrigerator. Within the breakfast area there is no room for seating during breakfast hours. There are 3 tables that seat 4, 2 tables outside of it that seat 2 each and sofas. I was not keen to eat a waffle on a sofa due to possible messes it could make. When I left the breakfast area to eat outside I was harassed by an employee and he took a picture of me on his personal phone despite me saying that I do not consent to a photo and had the gall to say that he had the legality to take said photo on his personal phone. This rule is posted in one place. They said there is a $200 fine for eating food in your room and asked me multiple times for my room number. I contacted Best Western customer service and hope that this issue will be resolved. I have not yet been contacted. My only explanation of this rule is complete miserliness of not wanting guests to bring food to family members who are not yet awake. Food is allowed in the rooms, just not their food.

How about this for a greeting.... "Credit card and ID" No welcome to Best Western etc. The lobbly is very nice as is the exterior. We're seniors with several bags and three cases of wine to haul in from the heat. NO ELEVATOR!! After complaining the manger threw it back at us with "You did not request a first floor room". How were we to know that it was a walk-up? My wife had got out of the ER the day before and had issues with the stairs but managed. However the manager made a rude remark about her thinking that she didn't hear him. She read him the riot act to put it gently. He provided a first floor room. Amazing. The room/bathroom were clean...microwave and refrigerator worked great. The nightstand, phone and clockradio were dripping with lemon oil furniture polish. Yuk. Cleaned it up with a bath towel. The TV was stuck on one channel as the housekeeping staff knocked the cable box behine the dresser. The halls are very dimly lit. One bright spot was the breakfast which was freah and well stocked with a nice variety of things including a waffle maker. The place was very quiet. Had it not been for a very rude manager our stay would have been pleasant.

This was our over midway stay on our trip to Las Vegas and California. Very pleasant stay although for just one night, rooms were neat and clean. Appreciated the iron and ironing board. Restaurant very close with excellent food. All in all a great experience. My in laws were visiting the USA for the first time ever and were extremely impressed with the rooms and the breakfast the next morning

Our group moved to this hotel from another hotel, and were we all happy! The hotel owner/manager was accommodating with our large last minute group. The workers would ask if everything was all right, pleasant, just really personable. The room is your typical hotel room, but it felt spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The lobby was a great meeting point for our group, in addition to being a quiet place to relax on a Sunday afternoon while other were out touring the area. Since I have a problem with air conditioning running all night, I appreciated being able to open the window. I really cannot say anything negative about this hotel. Some of our group used the indoor pool, and a few of us used the workout room, albeit a little on the limited side. I saw their cleaning crew who really worked at getting our rooms cleaned up in the morning. Best Western is a great choice if you are in Richfield.

Best hotel in town. I travel all over the world, and I can honestly say, best sleep I've had in a long time, beds are super comfortable and clean. The hotel was well kept and clean. The service was very friendly. The management took care of our group even though we were a last minute bookie. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and it had a large selection of cereals fruits the breakfast itself was good nice and hot. The coffee selection was good. The beverage selection was more than expected. Thank you for the stay, we will book again.

We were checked in by a guy in sweatpants and who was barefoot. Our room was not very clean, there was a used towel left hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door. When the AC cycled off it made a loud long squeaking sound every time. The light in the bathroom took at least 10 minutes to become bright enough to be in there with the door closed. Do not stay at this hotel unless you have no other option!

Got a room for 1 night so didn't use pool or hot tub. Room was clean enough had breakfast the usual eggs,bacon, waffles. Good for 1 night stop. Very quiet it was a Sunday. There was a restaurant right next door thank goodness.

The service was very friendly and efficient, the room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was plentiful. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn't use them. The location is very convenient to I-70.

Nice facility, not super large, but on this stretch of I-70, going east the next town of equal or greater size is the Grand Junction, CO area, over 100 miles away. Several food options nearby, and fairly close access to some of the US' greatest national parks and other treasures within a relatively short distance. Room was ample size, clean, and it appears reasonably well maintained. Employees were friendly, although we found a couple of them difficult to understand due to a thick accent. One minor drawback is there's no elevator, so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, you'll want to request a first floor room. Only other minor thing is the hallway lighting is very dimly lit. But no complaints, clean and comfortable, and handy, right off the interstate but just far enough off to avoid traffic noise.

Traveling through on the way to Denver. Had booked this hotel because it was halfway to our destination. Very friendly receptionist greeted us and helped us get our points. We stayed in a dog friendly room which was clean and comfortable. Hotel was located next to I-70 with gas and restaurant adjacent. Nice area to walk the dog nearby, open space. Complimentary breakfast was good and nicely presented. Would stay there again.Deserving of 5 stars for extra friendliness which was appreciated after a long drive.

We were just passing through Richfield and had stayed at this BW before. The staff was very friendly and when we discovered our fridge was not working properly, the Front Desk manager offered to change it out right away. The breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and would always greet us when we saw them. Would stay there again if needed.

The brand of Best Western is a very good brand but this location in Richfield gave the brand a very poor name, as soon as you walk in their was a bad smell and on the beds their was hair on both sheets as well as stains the bathroom room was very outdated

We stopped for one night and found the staff helpful. Quiet location.Room clean with comfy bed. Breakfast was good, plenty off scrambled eggs. Pool and spa and gym fine. Yes, there is to much chlorine in the hot tub. The room opposite had a dog in which kept barking, which stopped me giving a better review.

Don't stay here! Bottom sheet did not fit the bed and rolled up all night revealing a stained uncomfortable mattress below! Sink was very slow to drain, bathroom light was very dim. Tool smelled like wet dog! Runny eggs at breakfast and stale doughnuts.Hot tub had too much chlorine that stung our eyes for a whole day! Owner was rude and didn't listen to our complaints, only said, “I have many happy guests!”

I stayed 6 nights 7 days. He and I cracked jokes, he greets customers with utmost respect. The other staff are very polite. I recommended this hotel, it is priced fairly and enjoyed my stay here and I'll be back next time.e I visit my family or travel here again.

One of the Nicest places I've ever stayed!!! Stayed here around 6 days for a work project so I know it well, rooms were super quiet and clean, sheets were luxuriously soft, TV was huge and HD, wifi strong, pool and hot tub really nice! Fitness area had everything I needed for muscle and aerobic workouts, very friendly front desk and owner, fridge, mic, and the room felt large and spacious!! This place is legit!

Let me start with saying I am a Best Western Club member and prefer staying at Best Western when there are cheaper hotels in the area, due to their pet policy. However this Best Western hotel room was not clean (makeup on pillows cases), dirty bathroom, light in bathroom was not in working order and the breakfast condiments hot sauce (Sirach) and ketchup on the all tables was separating and/or brownish red color. Also one of the cream cheeses I chose for breakfast had gone bad.

There was way too much chlorine in the pool and the shower was horrible. The pressure was so high it hurt. The staff was nice and the breakfast was not bad. But it was a little pricey for an okay hotel room.

After three weeks of stressful health issues we seniors wanted to run away from home. As we have a family reunion scheduled in near by Joseph Utah, we went to a Richifield Utah BW. It is a beautiful area and we have past by it on several trips to visit children. The peaceful serenity of the area was just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much we just might "run away from home" again and this time take more advantage of the nearby forest areas!

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip, Very friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you. Clean rooms and everything you could want for breakfast. Close to the freeway and also not far to travel to the find food.

We stayed here en route to Arches National Park. First impression: smells weird. Not bad exactly, just weird. Room was not as clean as I would have liked - some grime around shower fixtures, smudges/fingerprints on microwave and furniture. Our room only had one washcloth and when we asked the front desk attendant for another, his response was one of mild annoyance/confusion. We also had to ask for help getting into the pool area. We felt as if we were inconveniencing him. When staying at a hotel you want to feel like your needs are important, but that was not the case here. There was some noise in the lobby from other guests until around 9:30 pm and the walls are paper thin, so you will hear things. Overall the hotel was “fine,” not horrible, but certainly a more depressing feeling than I prefer to have on vacation. For the price, can't really complain.

We stopped for an overnight stay as we headed to Colorado. The lobby is attractive and the guy checking us in was very efficient. The room decor was nice and updated. TV had lots of channels and WIFI was good. The cooling system is loud and kicks on and off all the time and didn't really cool off the room. No option to have a fan running constantly. The fitted sheet was too small and wouldn't stay tucked in mattress. It ended up off the edge of the mattress all night which was uncomfortable. The breakfast is good -lots of options of hot and cold items. Well stocked. Parking lot is large. Good restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Hot tub was good.

Well priced Nothing fancy but pet friendly Clean and functional People were nice Didn't have time for the breakfast, pool or fitness room Lots of room out back for the dogs Rooms are well insulated- which was appreciated since the couple next door were arguing loudly

We have stayed in many hotels in our travels averaging six weeks in a year. Generally we have been very satisfied with the Best Western brand and choose this chain often. Recently we stayed at the BW Richfield Inn in Utah and had a horrific experience. I had two issues that I spoke with management. My small dog was attacked by another guest's dog that was off leash. Also I had trouble connecting to their WiFi. Most hotels provide a technical support number to deal with connection issues. When I brought up my concerns with the manager of the hotel he claimed that he cannot do anything about the dog attack and that there is no technical support for WiFi and insisted that he take my device to get it connected. I had my iPhone and iPad connected with no problem but my husband's newer iPad could not connect. I asked to see what the manager would do that I couldn't. He then became verbally abusive and basically accused me of complaining so that I can get a free room. Also he said that If I didn't like it I should check out. Otherwise he was perfectly willing to throw us out in the streets with our dog after traveling 500 miles thru the desolate parts of Utah. There are not many hotels that are pet friendly. He had absolutely no concern if we were satisfied or not. By the way, we are rewards customers meaning that we use BW often. I have never been treated so poorly but hotel management. I would never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone else. There is a brand new Holiday Inn Express across the road. I wish I chose that one instead.

When you walk in you get slammed in the face with a gross food smell that I assume has been there for a long time but everything was clean and in working order. The guys running the front office were fine a little annoyed when I asked for pool towels but that's easy to brush off.

good place to stay location was good, hospitally was good, was very pleased places to eat was walkable which was a plus, out side yard was clean and neat and what really inpressed me was the heater worked good on a cold night better then any other places that I have stayed

A nice stay in a clean comfortable hotel in a small town on Interstate 70. It was clean and quiet and near the freeway but you could not hear the freeway. They served breakfast and it was pretty extensive in the selection.

This is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating . It is a very clean property. The price is reasonable. The breakfast buffet has a great variety for dishes. Easy walking distance to mini mart and additional eateries. Easy access to the freeway. I will stay there again if I am in rhe area.

This is our second trip staying at the Best Western Richfield Inn. We found our room to be clean and comfortable. We really liked the fridge/freezer as well as a microwave in the room. Very comfortable bed allowing for a relaxed night's sleep. They serve a great hot breakfast with choices of waffles, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, meat, etc.It's all at an affordable price! I would recommend this hotel.

The bathroom sinks and tub drains didn't drain very well, the bathroom light took ten minutes to get bright enough to see your hand in front of your face and the fan is awful. We usually leave the bathroom light on at night for our kids to have a night light and couldn't here because it probably kept the neighbors up. We always check for bed bugs (none by the way) and in doing so it looked like they hadn't cleaned under the bed in years or under the night stands that you can see under. Everywhere else looked clean though and the hotel was decent. The breakfast was pretty bad, the eggs were Flaky like unmixed flake potatoes and their biscuits were still frozen for Biscuits and gravy. I don't know if this is a Richfield thing but the hotel said they were sold out and so did multiple others because we checked and there were only 3 cars in the parking lot at 10PM and maybe 8-9 cars in the morning when we left. A hotel with 100+ rooms sold out with 10 people???? We had to have family members stay at other locations and the hotel was turning away people?

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Kids had fun at the pool and enjoyed the hot breakfast in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. Liked that they had a room with three beds.

I do not know anyone who goes to Richfield as a destination. If you need a moderately priced, clean, well located inn for the night before hitting the road the Best Wedtern Richfield well suits the purpose.

Room was not clean, drains did not work, bathroom light took forever to get bright and fan was was loud enough to wake the dead, "fitted" sheet would not stay on the bed corners, towels were dingy, coffee was terrible. Staff had minimal English skills and could not understand my complaints.

Zero stars is more accurate. The sheets on my bed HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. They were dirty: they had stains and hairs and smelled like people. There was a crumpled tissue in between the sheets. When I called the front desk and asked for clean sheets, Ishwar Chaudhari, the general manager, replied in a hostile tone that I had to come down and get the sheets and make the bed myself. I replied that I was just out of the shower and that he needed to bring them to my room. When he arrived (dressed slovenly and exuding resentment) he insisted that I stand out in the hallway, despite that I was wrapped in a towel and flannel shirt and flip flops. He and his college were grouchy and sullen and spoke rapidly in a foreign language in front of me, which I find disrespectful and rude, as it was clear they were talking contemptuously of me. While changing the sheets I noticed he was putting on dirty, stained sheets and said "Hey, I asked for CLEAN sheets..." and, in a huff, Ishwar stomped off to get "clean sheets." As they were removing the soiled sheets, a crumpled tissue fell out of the bed and onto the floor. He left it there. Ishwar, the GENERAL MANAGER, never once apologized for the inconvenience to me or felt embarrassed that my room was dirty and that the sheets had not been changed. He was simply angry and resentful to be asked to put clean sheets on the bed, as if providing the exceedingly basic amenity of unsoiled, unused, clean sheets cost him too much money. As they were leaving, I asked their names, clearly dissatisfied with their conduct and attitude, and they said their names were "Victor" and Sam," intentionally lying to me. As soon as he and his colleague left, I turned down the bed to go to sleep (as by now it was close to 11:30 PM and I was exhausted), and right where I was about to sit down was a long, black hair (I have short blonde hair)!!!! Disgusted and knowing I could get no clean sheets from the hostile Ishwar, I called the Best Western Customer Service number and left a formal complaint. Moreover, the room had not been vacuumed (leaves and crumbs all over the floor), the desk was dirty/sticky, the towels were dingy, stained, and fraying in the corners, the electrical outlets were so loose they could not hold the phone charger plug. There is no elevator and the doors are not automatic; as I was trying to get my bags into the hotel and to the stairs, the front desk clerk just watched me struggle. Another guest offered and helped me!! The next day, when I called to speak with the manager to discuss my intense dissatisfaction, he screamed at me in broken English, insulting me and calling me names. This property and the people who run it are NOT to any Best Western standards (or ANY hospitality industry standard). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. IT IS DISREPUTABLE!!!

We selected this hotel because it advertised it had a hot tub. After we checked in we were told the hot tub was not operating. When I spoke to the manager about it he told us that he couldn't use it until the next day when I became upset rather than try to appease me he just said if I had booked through him directly instead of on the Internet I would have known. The rooms are very small and in the room that had two queen beds there was only one small bottle of shampoo one small bottle with lotion. And only one chair.

Rooms were ideal for a night of relaxing after a day of driving. Full hot breakfast. Service was helpful and friendly. Ishwar made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything at this location is fine, except that the more Best Westerns I stay in, it seems more and more they are being shoddily built with paper-thin walls. I can seriously hear the neighbor farting through the walls and enough is enough. Best Western seemed to be revamping its image as a chain hotel, but it seems like that means they've decided building the actual buildings out of cardboard is the best way to make money. I don't think I'll stay with BW again. :/

Stayed there because I had a $20 BW gift card. Gave it 1 star because BW Corporate told me they would fax my gift card info to hotel but hotel manager told me they never received it but refunded me $20. Walls are really thin, hear all the tvs in the hallway. Had a big security camera right outside my door. The lightning in the hallway is extremely dark and I got there around 1030 pm and i thought it was very sketch. Staff start cleaning rooms before 8am and the doors slam really loud. I wanted more sleep but couldn't because of the cleaning. It was really annoying. Mattress was okay but I was tired so thats why I slept good. Did not trust the breakfast and just grabbed a bagel and Smuckers jelly. The biscuits and gravy and the eggs looked old and bad and did not want to get sick. The air conditioner was off in my room and was really hot when I got there late and would have been nice to have it turned on for me an hour before my arrival to arrive to a cold room. in the morning, i found a hair under a pillow i did not touch all night. The bath tub did not seem very clean to me and the towels were really old. Invest in new towels. Spend the $5 more and stay at the Hampton Inn or somewhere else in Richfield. Was anxious to leave there in the morning. It reminded me of staying in a Super 8. One of my room keys did not work as well. The staff were polite.

My family and I stopped for the evening in Richfield, Ut on our way back from California. I was blessed to speak with Ishwar who welcomed me and offered a great deal! The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you so very much

Looping for a hotel on 70 this is a good choose There were a few issues room needs rusting, coffee maker was not clean, sink was cracked and dirty. In the exercise room bike and treadmill was broken. Lady at the reception was veel friendly.

The workers were unprofessional, they hardly spoke English and wouldn't get me any towels or anything. The pool had dead skin all on the bottom and no filter, my room wasn't cleaned before I arrived, the sheets were not changed and someone was trying to get in my room all night. This hotel fails so many health code violations.

My husband and I stopped for the night. Nice friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. As we were eating breakfast one of the staff came into the breakfast room and asked what room we were in and then asked if we left these pants behind. Oh my goodness that was so nice. I'm so happy to still have my pants. Will stay again. Thank you!

Richfield is the perfect halfway point between Denver and So. California. Excellent value. Hallways, stairway and bathrooms were very dark. Vending and ice on the first floor only; no elevator.Manager / front desk must have had a bad day; he was seen / heard arguing with staff and customers.

The motel was well located just off the highway in a nice, quiet location with easy access to town. The room was clean, well furnished(microwave, fridge, flat-screen TV and good selection of channels) and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good with multiple choices

The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and always had smiles on their faces...always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was great! The breakfast area was clean and had good food. I also slept wonderful, sleeping through the night without waking up 2-4 times as I normally do. Great stay and great folks doing a wonderful job working and running the Best Western!

Stayed here for 5 nights as we checked out the area. It's right off the highway with an Arby's, Subway & Frontier Village Restaurant you can all just walk to. Grassy area for the dogs. We didn't take advantage of the fitness room, but it looked well equipped. Breakfast is adequate, but after 3 days a little more variety would be nice. The staff could not be more accommodating!

We chose this hotel because we had enjoyed our stay at the BW in North Platte, and wanted a microwave in our room to heat dinner. We were disappointed to find that this small, potentially charming, hotel does not seem particularly interested in our business. Our room reeked of wet dog and urine (in this pet friendly hotel), but we arrived late and didn't want the hassle of moving. I didn't put anything on the floor for fear it would stink of pee. A plus point is that the beds, sheets and pillows are super comfy, and we slept well. But in the morning, a rude man (the manager or owner) paraded through the hotel shouting on his phone. This included in the microscopic breakfast area, where families were struggling to find food and seating. The biscuits and gravy looked like WWII surplus, but the rest of the food was acceptable, They just had no room, and the horrible shouting man. When I tried to check out, he shoved a plastic basket at me for my keys, and never spoke to me at all (because he was busy yelling into his phone.) Awful. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Comfort Inn down the road - where it's clean, and the people are friendly.

Check-in was easy. They had a computer/business center in front and it was not on hotel row, so that provided some privacy. My room was fine and it was close to the gas station. Not thrilled with the workout room though.

Great service. Had a scheduling error that they were kind enough to help negotiate. Would recommend staying here to anybody looking for a nice relaxing time. Pool and breakfast are not too shabby either.

I tried calling the hotel directly to make reservations. I finally gave up and called the 800 number. Due to a bad knee I needed a room on the main floor, which I requested. Upon arrival to the hotel there was no one at the front desk, used call button waited 15 minutes. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor and they have no elevator. Reminded them of my main floor request. The room itself was nice. The sheets had been put on the bed backwards, making me think they recycle them before washing. The mattress protector was to small and kept slipping and bunching up. The shower curtain was moldy. Customer service was terrible.

Decent motel but on a very lonely exit on I-70, not far from the I-15 merge. Probably the best thing about this location is the cheap fuel at the truck stop adjacent to the freeway ramp. The motel has an upper floor but I didn't notice an elevator. You'll find an indoor pool and hot tub and in-room coffee, a small fridge, and a microwave. You can help yourself to a free morning breakfast before check out but, at my sitting, there was no fruit. There's WiFi for which you'll need a code, but the lobby computer was broken and it didn't appear that anyone was in a rush to repair it.

Rooms were clean and good size for 2 queen beds.Staff members were very nice and helpful.Breakfast had a good spread and quality. Bathroom were a bit small but very clean. The overall property is nice and new. It was a good experience staying for a night during over our journey to Zion and Bryce canyon

We normally stay in Best westerns for our road trips. This particular hotel will NOT be used by us again. The towels are old and feel like sandpaper. The shower heads need to be replaced as they feel like a sandblaster against your skin. The manager got huffy with my wife when she went to get a couple extra sheets of sandpaper, I mean, towels. He yelled at her that there were 3 in the room and she should not need more. He finally gave them to her, but she should not have to be belittled because she was hoping for two softer towels. The sheets need to be replaced (some were yellowish, as in old, and some were white.) The elastic on our bottom sheet of the bed was worn out, so the sheet would not stay on the mattress, very annoying when your sleeping. The breakfast here was not good at all. The biscuits and gravy were as cold as hockey pucks, to be covered by wallpaper paste...best way to describe them. Decided to go to the standard backup of a waffle...nope...the batter was as thin as water, I understand trying to save money, but come on. And the coffee...YUCK! The only reason they got 2 stars was because the internet worked descent, and the a/c worked pretty good...our particular unit, I had to put on the constant fan, otherwise when the unit powered down it sounded like a squeaky door was being opened and closed. Woke me up, thinking someone was coming in the room at 11:00 pm, so that's just a tip for you if you're unit makes that sound.

This is an older hotel that needs some serious renovation, but that is not the issue that prompts me to write this negative review. The arrogance and inconsiderate treatment of the guests is. I drove a long time, got in late, and wanted to get a good sleep here. I put the ‘do not disturb' sign on the door, and yet, at 7:30 AM, I woke up to Indian voice repeatedly yelling ‘hello! Are you awake! Are you awake!' I woke up and yelled back- ‘what!?'. She responded with a loud ‘So sorry! So sorry!', and she yelled the same thing the next door down- which also had a no disturb sign on the door. Next thing I know, the children in the next rom were awake and started crying. I tried to lay down again and wait it out, only to hear a vacuum on in front of the door from 8 Am to 8:30, and realized that I was not going to get more sleep here and and got up and showered. After washing up, I looked for coffee, there was a machine in the room, but no coffee. At 9:15, I walked out, asked for coffee, and the owner said ‘so sorry- after 9, no coffee!' I talked to the guests next door, and they said that they were upset to be woken up early as well, this was a terrible stay for someone that gets up after 7:30.

Booked room for my daughter, manager was very rude and hard to understand. Charged her credit card twice at booking when it should just be a guarantee hold and charge at check in. Was very difficult to get money back and would not send confirmation when canceled. He yelled at us and lied to us. Don't stay here. He claimed he was the owner

Rooms were a good size, but could use some minor sprucing up. Breakfast was from 6am to 9am and must only be eaten in the dining area. No food can be taken back to the rooms, and it was under watchful eyes if this happened. Night manager was a little abrasive, but it was fine. We were tired and just needed a place to crash for a night. Overall a decent value.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, service good, and upgrades done to room. The dog park being a block away made it the place to stay for us. Got a first floor room next to the back door - made it easy to take the dog out. Nice restaurant within walking distance was a plus. Breakfast was so-so.

I came through on my Harley. Great service and responsive management. They were very concerned to take care of my needs and followed up with me be sure the reservation handled correctly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff and clean rooms, as well as a very reasonable rate, made our overnight visit in Richfield very pleasant. The proximity to the interstate and a multi-purpose paved trail nearby were a plus!

I stayed in the motel years ago under another brand name I decided to try it again now it is best western, it has a new face lift & very friendly staff beds are soft & confortable, breakfast was great.Good selection to chose from.

This place is affordable and clean. Very family friendly in the environment and staff. Indoor pool was clean and the continental breakfast is a full big breakfast with waffles, egss, sausage, yogurt, pastries, etc. The washer and dryer on site is a nice perk. Staff was happy to give toothbrushes, bandaids, rubbing alcohol cotton balls and anything else we asked for for the weekend. Plenty of parking spaces, located right off the freeway. Nearby hiking, fishing, 4-wheeling, even rafting. Cute little town with restaurants and amenities. Would recommend to families, business, couples, etc. It is quiet, clean, comfortable beds and pillows and affordable for those passing through.

Stopping by on the way to California. Staff was great facility was beautiful. And couldn't beat the price!! Town was lovely. Restruant near by was great. Hotel had comfy queen beds along with a pool and hot tub!

I travel a lot and I find my self in Richfield for both business and leisure, I have many family members there and visit often. The Best Western is a good value and has made some great improvements to the rooms

Simple lodging. Gets the job done for passing through. Budget friendly. No frills. If you are looking for a place to rest and. Be easy in the walet this is it. Basic breakfast. Clean room. Gas and food in the vicinity right off highways. Nice people working there.

After booking a two-night stay for my family in a pet-friendly room, I later found I would only be able to stay one of the two nights without my family and pets. Upon checking in, Ishwar was very gracious and made the changes without hesitation. He also slipped the revised statement under my door within 10 minutes of checking in. Outstanding customer service!

We called a day in advance to book this reservation. Please do not let the manager, Ishwar's accent make you change your mind, when you call, this is a very nice hotel. The staff was very accomodating, brought us an extra luggage rack since we had a lot of luggage. We were traveling with a handicap person, and they provided us with a room near the entrance. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very well appointed. We are on our way home after attending a memorial for our brother in Colorado to California so we were grateful for the quiet and neatness of the hotel.

We stayed here only one night and wished we'd had more time to use the indoor pool and workout room. I was checked in by Ishwar who was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room, which of course I accepted. The hotel is extremely clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel is back from the Interstate and was very quiet. Breakfast was presented well - sort of standard BW breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Richfield Inn, located just off Highway 70 in central Utah is my favorite place to stay when traveling in Utah. It has all the amenities of the more expensive motels and rests in a quite rural area just minutes from shopping fro anything you might need. The management keeps every aspect of this property right up to par and they are ready to assist with your needs at all times. I highly recommend a stay in Richfield at the Best Western Richfield Inn wherever you stay in Utah or are just passing through. I give it a five star rating, I'm sure you will too. Richard

The manager was extremely helpful and very friendly! He recommended some great restaurants and some great day trips. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we are in this area. They genuinely care about their guests.

We stayed here for 1 night. Glad we chose this hotel. Ishwar was super nice and also the lady that was cleaning the rooms. I didnt get her name,but they both were very friendly. This hotel is super clean. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was a very good varity. Very clean dining and hotel area We were super tired so we didn't use the pool . Also, i was traveling with my 2 small service dogs and i happen to ask for the 1st floor and they actually have me one with such a short reservation time. The are around the side of the hotel was absolutely perfect are for dogs. We will definitely be staying hetre again and most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Ishwar, the GM, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and had enough room for me to do my morning exercises and stretching routine. The hotel was easy to get to and right next door a gas station and store to stock up on food, supplies and fuel before hitting the road.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at this hotel. We wanted something a little out of town and this was perfect. Room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. Manager was friendly and accommodating. Having Arbys and Subway within walking distance was also a plus!

The location is about 2 hours north of Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The town of Richfield isn't as big as I first thought, but there are decent dining options. The hotel was dimly lit in the halls and pool area, but the rooms were comfortable and quiet during our stay. Breakfast was a tad minimal compared to other locations, but the basics were all present and it was free, so no complaints. This locations served us well on our road trip, but probably isn't great as a home base. We stopped in after visiting Zion, on our way back to Canada.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Our room was well equipped and the beds comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub as well. Both are indoors and towels are provided by the hotel. The express check out worked well too.

We were there for one night. Easy to locate. Ample parking. Pleasant staff. Room, dining area and parking lot were clean. Room was quiet. Breakfast was well prepared and hot. We would stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling from CA to Denver and spent the night at this hotel. During the night my husband had a medical emergency and I called the general manager. He was most helpful. After a night in the emergency room we slept in and missed breakfast. In the morning the general manager was waiting at our door to check on us. He let us in the breakfast area and gave us coffee and food. He was most caring and we greatly appreciated his concern and his help. He went above and beyond what one might expect. I was leary of staying here for the first time after reading some bad reviews but I have a cat and didn't want to pay the extra $25 the other pet accepting hotel in Richfield, Utah charges. I'm so glad I tried it! I was quite happy with the bed, the decor and the friendly owners/staff. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be staying here again on my trip back through here. I didn't try the breakfast and didn't realize they had free wi-fi. Oh, and you can't hear the freeway if that's a concern. The only noise I heard was from people talking in the hall and not from the rooms nextdoor or the outside. I had a king bed room that was a little tight on space but staying alone with I didn't mind since it was just me and my cat. If you want your bathroom larger and the sink not in the room you might want to pay more at a different hotel. I just wanted to get a good night's sleep on my travels at a decent price. This was fine for me.

A much appreciated pet friendly room that didn't smell or look like a pet room.. We came in late and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good as well. This place will definitely be our go to when going through

The owner is very accommodating and helpful. The property is close to the highway and food. I was able to have pizza and a salad delivered. It was perfect. This is always my first choice in Richfield.

View was spectacular hotel was clean ,quiet and well kept. Mr Chaudhari the general manager could not do enough to make sure my stay was comfortable.Staff went above and beyond. This Motel is next to the interstate, great dining, and gas. Close access to Richfield. The Manager is very welcoming and very helpful. This is a great place with a great hot breakfast with sausage and eggs and cereal. Nice pool and hottub. Plentiful parking in front of Motel so I could keep an eye on my car.

Ishwar was very friendly and we feel like he bent over backwards to accommodate our stay would highly recommend staying at this motel. Was clean , staff was super nice and accommodating was close to the schools.

Made a quick visit during Presidents Day weekend. General manger, Ishtar Chaudhari, was very accommodating and friendly. He made our stay a great and hospitality will not be forgotten. Rooms are clean and was a great place to stay during our fishing trip to Fish Lake.

The wife and I stayed there Saturday night, February 17th, 2018. The accommodations were clean and well maintained with a courteous and helpful staff. The free continental breakfast offers a wide selection of food items and fruits. We would stay there again without any hesitation.

I stayed here for an overnight stay on my way to California. I loved the location, price and the hot tub. The manager was very friendly and personable. The location is immediately off the highway. It is next to a gas station and some good eats. I'll stay there again.

Clean, modern rooms, very friendly front desk staff, fantastic breakfast. Great value and close proximity to many amenities including fishing lakes. One word of caution if visiting in winter, there were some icy spots in parking lot on north side of hotel. There were plenty of other spots that were ice free. Would stay here again.

We drove for 12 hours and needed a good night sleep, my wife went into to 2 other Motels and said no way, when she came out from this motel she said it looks great! Just been all remodeled and the young lady that check us in was a 10, so helpful and nice. The beds were great and the morning breakfast was one of the best! If you are traveling I70 stay here and a great rate.

Travelling through Richfield, Utah and had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western. Friendly staff, well appointed room including a larger than half size refrigerator, microwave and full breakfast, too. The location is quiet even though it is on Main St, making it a convenient over night stay.

The fan in the first room I was given was too loud so I was given a different room where the fan was just as loud. There was hair on the sheets. I did not feel the room was clean nor did I feel comfortable. The staff was fine. The breakfast was typical. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room had not been cleaned properly after the last guest. There was dirt and hair in the bed, the floors, counters and toilet were dirty. The owner/manager was kind and apologetic and gave us another room, but the night was ruined. We noticed things after that. The sheets were turned inside out, which made us feel like they had not changed the sheets, just turned them. The bed was comfortable, but we were not, felt like we were sleeping in someone's dirty bed. We didn't shower, or eat breakfast, couldn't trust the cleanliness.

A very good stay. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The service at the breakfast was exceptional. No hesitation to stay here again. Convenient to Goblin Valley and hiking some slot canyons.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The hotel staff always greets me by name. They treat me like a friend. Whenever I come to the hotel, they try to make sure that I get one of my favorite rooms. Since I'm usually a “late-leaver”, they also tell the hotel staff not to bother me earlier. I really appreciate the kindness they always treat me with. The hotel is very convenient for what I need. It is always very clean. They have a really nice breakfast room, where the food is always good. This is s place, not to be missed.

Had my truck break down in Salina and had to get a tow over to Richfield. Checked online and got a room for a very reasonable price last minute. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The next day while I was dealing with getting my truck to the shop and needed a late checkout they were more than accommodating. As for the hotel itself, I didn't know what to expect for a small town, but it was very well kept and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice and again, I can't say how nice and helpful everyone was. Thanks for a great stay. If you are stopping in Richfield, you should stay here.

We took a short over night road trip with our grandchildren. They loved the pool. We were very comfortable and the breakfast had enough choices for everyone. Very kind staff. We will definatly come back.

Not the normal BW! Room is in desperate need of updating, staff was not helpful. The towels were mismatched and a funny yellow color, dirty towel in the bathroom when we arrived. Not cleaned well. Saturday breakfast was put away at 9:05. Lock on hotel entrance door did not lock.

I am pretty sure it was the owner who was at the front desk to greet us. Very nice man making accommodations for us to check in early and get us next to our family who had already checked in. The rooms are decorated nicely and besides some trouble with the toilet the stay was very nice and the bed is SO COMFORATABLE!

Would have liked two beds or a King in the Handicap Pet friendly room. The motel was new and not busy so would have been nice to have been given a room with two beds or a king bed. Aside from that, all was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Would have liked to bring to my room.

This is a MOTEL, not a HOTEL. The entire property & their rooms are old & dated. There are no lifts, & we had to carry our luggages up the stairs. Bed mattresses were soft & uncomfortable, & the bed-sheets did not seemed to have been changed from the previous occupants as the sheets were badly wrinkled. Towels were old, thin & grey. Breakfast was very standard consisting of toast, cereals & juices. A burly, half woken man stood by the breakfast counter auditing what each of us were eating. Come on, the food & facility were so bad that it is hardly worth taking anything in excess!! Best Western facilities must have downgraded to a standard that is hardly worth considering in future. It also seems that they have sold their properties to individuals who do not comprehend hygiene, sanitation, customer service & basic comfort.

Stayed here one night on drive from West Coast to Colorado. Called Best Western about 1 hour before Richfield and booked points over the phone. Pulled in 7:30 pm - checked in just fine. Room clean, orderly. Ate home style dinner just 1/2 a block away at manager's recommendation. Slept very well, had breakfast and left. Manager very friendly and well organized. Breakfast room clean. Breakfast simple but good for inclusive. This is a good value hotel and is close to the freeway but far enough so you do not get the freeway noise at night - especially with the roadworks currently directing traffic onto the hard should and the rumble strips. The one star reviews were misleading and appear to be someone abusing Trip Advisor which I personally do not appreciate.

Booked a 3 night reservation with priceline, but ended up leaving 2 days early-business trip ended quicker than we expected. Hotel manager was more than accomodating, and kindly understanding of my situation. As for priceline? I guess they still charged the hotel their 3 day share. Sad, because I believe you should only have to pay for what you use. But you gotta check this hotel out, it was worth the stay-nice, quiet, firendly, super clean,and everything worked as it should, unlike other hotels I have stayed in! I will definitely come again.

Main Street light was out would have missed it had I not stopped for gas. Toilet ran if not giggled sheet were either past prime or cheap. Breakfast was abominable. Chipped beef ice cold. Ran out of everything and had to get Maher. I guess who showed up in gym shorts and well you get it.

It is a moderately priced hotel. I did not expect fancy, but I did expect a CLEAN room. When I turned down the neatly made bed, it was obvious that the bed had not been changed! There were several hairs visible, and the sheets were wrinkled right where two torsos would have been. The shower curtain had visible mold growing along the bottom. The breakfast area looked clean enough, but when I peeked into the kitchen, the sink was filthy. Needless to say I did not eat there. Best Westerns are usually okay, but not this one. There are not many hotels in that area, we would have left immediately, but nothing else was available.

The hot water didn't work. The bathroom sink didn't drain. One of the washcloths was filthy. The alarm clock didn't work. The AC didn't work. The door had to be forced shut or it took 2 minutes to close. The worst part, though, was the phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk. I walked down to the desk, rang the bell, stood there, and nobody came. So not only did a lot of stuff either not work properly or not work at all, I wasn't able to report any of it. Don't waste your money. At least the cheaper hotels have stuff that work, or people at the desk who will help if there's a problem.

The rooms where nice, and comfortable. Not as clean as we would of liked. The fridge didn't look like it had been cleaned or even checked for a few different stays. The temperature of the pool was cold. Like river water cold. Also the hallways of the hotel were very cold. At least the heat was working in our rooms so we could go warm up. Also, my main problem with this hotel was the front desk attendant. He barely spoke English. This hotel is located in a high traffic tourist area, where many tourist who can speak limited English come and stay. You have to have a front desk attendant who can be understood and speak fluent English, this man did not, which made check in and check out very frustrating.

We stay at LOTS of Best Western hotels and am usually quite satisfied with my stay. However, I cannot believe that the location in Richfield, Utah is allowed to service guests under the BW logo. When we checked in, I should have known that there would be problems when the owner/manager was Skyping on his cell phone and ignored me while I was standing right in front of him for about a minute or two before he even acknowledged me. He could barely speak English so we had trouble communicating while he checked me in. While he was checking me in, an older man in the lobby standing right next to me was complaining to someone on his personal cell phone that the place was a dump and that he was not going to pay for his reservation nor would he stay there. This was yet another clue that we were in for an unpleasant stay. We had been driving for 12 hours and were so tired that we decided to stay there for the one night that we had reserved. The assigned room had a strong, offensive odor when we walked in and this caught our immediate attention. We figured that it would not do any good to ask to be moved because the entire hotel had a distinctive smell. The bed in the room was comfortable but everything else about the room was questionable at best. All of the towels were old, worn, and stained. There were a couple of hairs in the bathtub. There was NO elevator on the premises so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. The room coffee tasted like hot water (not coffee). The complimentary breakfast had stale doughnuts and pastries and instead of individual small milk containers, he had a gallon of milk for everyone to use. The orange juice was awful and the scrambled eggs were full of water. He had signs on the wall that the guests could not take any breakfast items to their rooms. Never before had I seen this in a BW hotel. REALLY?!? We witnessed this manager wearing the same clothes the next morning as the day before and had seen him stocking the breakfast items and hurrying to clean a room down the hall and left the front desk with no one there. He had a basket at the front desk with a sign for guests to put their room keys in the key jacket and to drop them in the basket when they were ready to check out. Wish that we would have taken photos of everything but we were in a hurry to get out of there.

Dirty bathrooms, dirty towels - the towels were grey instead of white with big yellow and pink stains, dirty sheets on the bed with huge brown spots Management no help I would never stay here again! It took 30 minutes for the front desk to find a room for us, I had reserved a king size bed room, no didn't get that.

In the middle of nowhere, we found this hotel and were glad that we did traveling along to Denver, CO. The manager was super accommodating and gave us EXCELLENT service. He went above and beyond. He fed us breakfast after breakfast hours and carried our luggage out to the car. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so this man stayed all night to ensure the comfort of his guests. Dedicated manager! The bed was pillow top and super comfortable. Very affordable rate. I will definitely stay here again when passing through again in the Spring!

Staff seemed that they were trying to sell a commodity rather then provide a service to the travelling community. They obviously were trying to maximize profit by minimum cost which is not bad business in a commodity but in a service it can kill you.

The motel itself is very nice. But the checking in and out was a nightmare. The gentleman checking us in did not speak English very well and kept talking to other employees in his language. our receipts were not right and he said he could not put our name on them even though he used my card to pay for the room. It took us 45 min to check in. Then we confronted the same person in the morning about our names not being right on the receipt he argued with us that he could not fix it. It took us 25 min to check out .

At Check in, We had to wait for someone. While we were waiting we observed papers printed on top of the counter of times of check in and breakfast times and other stuff. That's a sign that the front desk doesn't want to talk to no guest, that's a lack of customer service. The Indian male looked like he just woke up because his hair was bushy. I also saw a sign that pets were allowed for $15. When I called before, he asked me if I have a pet. I said no because I wasn't planning on bring my pet, but I asked him if pets are allowed and he said no. We asked were we can get something to eat. The Indian guy with no name tag mention Los 5 Amigos is very good and they give a discount for Best Western guest if we show our card. This was misleading because we took his recommendation, the food was good but this discount wasn't true. It was embarrassing when we asked for the discount, the young boy that was working told us he has been there since he was 7 years old and this is the first time he heard of this discount. We get back to the lobby so I can print out two papers in the lobby computer. There was no printer and I couldn't ask the front desk guy with no name tag for help because he wasn't at the front desk. By the way, the lobby smelled like smelly feet must be from the back room the Indian male is so eager to run back too. A group of Asians pulled up, most of them couldn't speak English, The Indian male with no name tag was yelling at the Asians telling them he doesn't want to look at their cell phone and he doesn't understand their language. I find that really rude. First and for most this is very unprofessional. Front desk for Best Westerns always makes sure the guest are taking care of and always helps the customers. They are best westerns number one priority. We get to our room and try to find somewhere to park which we did. I guess some people from Virginia book some rooms at this place and had four by fours. I don't mind the four by fours just as long as we get a parking spot and we did but this owner of best western had two Indian guys walk in the back like the guests was going to destroy their property. They are not cops sorry, they should be more worried and concerned on their housekeeping. Bathrooms tubs were not clean properly, you can see the heavy dirt build up.There was stains on their shower curtain looked like blood and a clean wash cloth had some brown bug poop or maybe looks like they killed a bug and left as is then place back on the rack in the bathroom. Very gross!!!!! Towels need to be changed to new towels, rooms need to be vacuum around the corners still have trash. Beds need to be better made. The toilet need a good scrubbing, the room we stayed in had brown poop stains in the toilet. Clean that stuff good. I hope I don't get a boil sitting or using the toilet. Looks like the room had a new sink (which the hot water was on the wrong side same for the cold water), mirror, and tile. To make this place better I strongly recommend more training on the customer service and housekeeping. I wanted to have a late check out and the same guy with no name tag from check in said no, what kind of crap is that. "NO" Well it was probably best we left. I will not stay here again. This is not a hotel this is more like a motel. I will not mention this motel to no one.

Traveling from Colorado to California we stopped for a night. The hotel is clean and well kept. The manager was super responsive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was clean and well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our family stayed here on a road trip, in a King non-smoking room. The bed was VERY comfortable and the linens were soft and we had plenty of pillows. The room wasn't the cleanest - smears on the mirrors and desk, mildew on the shower curtain, dust in the corners of the room. The air conditioner worked well and kept us cool. There was no couch or futon for our toddler to sleep on, so we had to blow up his air bed. Breakfast was standard fare - eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy, yogurt, pastries, etc. Overall, the good night's sleep was worth staying here. But I would probably try a different hotel in Richfield next time because the price was high for what we got.

On route to Arches NP from Antelope Canyon and stayed 1 night via tour group. We have to leave at 5:45 am and the hotel is gracious enough to serve our tour group with a small breakfast with milk, cereal, coffee, donuts, bread with jam and butter. We appreciate the kind gesture of allowing us to have a little something to eat early in the morning so that we are not hungry in the bus. Thank you for your thoughtfulness for providing the breakfast so early in the morning. Very few hotel willing to cater to large tour group and because you do, this speaks volume of your hotel not discriminate your customers based on the group of clientele that belonged to. I give you a LOUD SHOUT OUT for meeting and exceeding customer needs!!!

Stayed here August 28 in a first floor room that was surprisingly quiet. Lovely room, not over large but comfy and efficient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard fare and well laid out. Let me mention the towels, which were soft and absorbent, unlike too too many hotel towels we've had to scrape across our wet bodies. NOT HERE. They are exceptional and I feel I need to mention them twice. Location right off Exit 40 on I-70 (don't get those two mixed up) at the north end of town. Many fine eateries close by and attractions - for instance, the Forest Service and BLM offices a couple of blocks away. Nice friendly folks throughout town. Ishwar and his man at the desk were top notch guys. Thanks fro all you do, you have a terrific place there. All our best. Peter & Amy (40th anniversary trip)

They were friendly & helpful , especially manager Ishwar who helped us out after we left his hotel for the bus tour. I forgot my duffel bag at Subway which is located near his hotel. This act of kindesss impressed us so much that it made an impact on our trip, we would like to say thank you to him & the Subway employees as well.

Best Western Richfield was a pleasant surprise and a great find. I was passing through Richfield while on a road trip so I decided to stop there for the night. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is quiet which made for a very relaxing stay. I will stop there again on future trips.

The room was not as expected of a BW. Breakfast is to be eaten in small dining area. I like taking coffee and breakfast back to room so I can get ready to leave as I eat breakfast. Likely will stay at the Holiday Inn, across the parking lot, next time.

The staff was professional and friendly. They greeted us with a smile and checked us if with out delay. The Manager checked with us as we sat in the lobby to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was good with a large variety of food. This is a must stop for us.

This was a nice Best Western and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and functional and the pool was a nice cool off from a long drive. The reason why I have 4 stars and not 5 is because I booked the room work a pet on reservation with the Best Western 800 number but then when I arrived here, the manager didn't know and said he usually doesn't allow pets in the suit we were booked in but he would do me a favor and allow it. Well, it's not really a favor but just a miscommunication between the best Western phone reservations and the local Best Western

When i walked into the lobby there was no one at the desk but i could hear him talking and he continued talking almost the whole time i was checking in and when i got my keys they didnt work he was way to busy with his phone conversation to do his job

In July, Our bus stopped at Best Western Richfield Inn for one night. We checked in at 9 pm and had to check out by 5 am. We were tired and It was really hot temperature. After dinner , When we entered in the room air condition was on. In 30 min. it turned completely off. There was no power or no light on the air condition unit. so we waited about 45 mins or so.. room got so HOT, so call the manager. He said it will come back. In few minutes air condition came back. It worked 15 min. and again it stopped. Again called manager he asked us to change the room ... we were soo tied, had to get up by 4 am . In middle of night, we had to changed the room ... Guess what .. SAME SITUATION ... air condition worked for 15 mins and stopped again for 45 min. Room got HOT. Call the manager again , he asked to change the room!!!!! He asked us to empty the room and bring all the luggage down stairs in middle of night. We could not empty the room so finally he brought two fans. It was so old and loud,noisy.. We could not sleep whole night.. I think they control the main fuse from the office.To save the electricity they manually turn off the main fuse every 45 min. Be careful and make sure air is working... Next day we share our experience with other travelers in the bus. They had to complain about the swimming pool.. their skin was peeling off and eyes were burning....

Needed a place to stay for one night that was near I70 and pet friendly. This hotel fit the bill. At first glance the room seemed to be nice and neat, but later found a few things on the floor (a 16 spike, as noted by my husband .. a big old nail is what I call it). But minor stuff. The room had a funky smell but fortunately we could open the window to air it out. Room came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of channels listed on the TV guide but only a handful activated. Shower and toilet in one room and sink and counter outside. Bed was pretty comfy. Free breakfast included but they restricted you from bringing food back to your room. This was a pain as we had to take turns going down to eat so as not to leave a barking dog alone in the room. Fitness room was pitiful. Check in staff was friendly and check in/out was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel if traveling through with a pet ($15 extra). Not sure what the town had to offer as we were in and out in a hurry.

Nothing special about Richfield, UT other than it was the halfway point on my journey from Fort Collins, CO to Orange County, CA. The hotel is easy to get to from the freeway, and there's a gas station right next door. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. As soon as I got there, they came over to greet my little parakeet and I. Pet friendliness was a huge plus. Our room was clean and cool when I arrived. I appreciated being able to walk on the treadmill in the fitness center after my 8+ hour drive. Breakfast was hot and ready for me at 6 am on the dot, and I was able to head out on my journey. Overall, I would definitely stop here again on a long road trip.

This has been one of the nicest Best Western stays that we have had. The property is clean and kudos to the helpful hotel staff. We will be happy to stay here again Mr Ishwar at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only was he courteous, he even offered valuable travel tips which came in very handy during out journey. He even offered us extra water bottles because it was very hot. His concern for his own staff is also highly admirable. Overall we really appreciated his attitude and service and would highly recommend him

The hotel is old. The bed sheet had a cigarette burn, the towels were dingy and old, there was mold on the shower curtain and the halls were not air conditioned. Though it was freshly painted, the color scheme made me feel blah. The staff was friendly, but the building is old and does not have an elevator.

Though check-in was a bit anxiety ridden, the clerk was in the lobby speaking loudly on the phone when we entered, the overall stay was pleasant. Upon departure, the clerk gave us free water since the machine was out of water. Laundry was in the hallway across from the pool which was a little odd, but convenient overall.

My husband and I planned to stay here as a half way point on our drive from San Diego to Denver. We checked in around 10 PM but it was easy and fast and we were in our room within minutes. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night sleep before the second half of our drive. Check out was just as easy, and we were on our way out around 9 AM. The cleaning staff was on our floor doing the room and they were so quiet we had no idea they were even there! They offer breakfast from 6-9, but we didn't get up in time. Highly recommend!

This hotel was very nice, towels were super soft, Customer Service was not what I have grown to expect from other Best Westerns. Clerk was arguing with another guest when we arrived and yelling at them when we were loading in our luggage. They remove the breakfast food exactly at 9am whether you are finished eating or not. They did get me some gravy when I asked but they were cleaning up even though the room was packed and people still eating.

I did not stay here because my car broke down en route. I was two hours away. I called ahead to let them know not to expect me, and see if I could cancel my reservation. The staff member told me there are no cancellations, then told me that he'll be going back to sleep. I understand a phone call at 10:00 PM is late, but you work at a hotel. This type of phone call should be expected and handled with professionalism. Additionally, I've seen previous reviews noting encounters with rude staff. This pattern of behavior should be corrected, either internally by the supervisors or externally by the customers- by loss of business.

There aren't many options in Richfield and few that accommodate a family of 5 so we jumped at the 3 Queen bed room. Big mistake. The hotel felt dingy and somewhat creepy. The owner/operator was not at all friendly or helpful, just barked about no pets/no smoking when we asked about a sign that said "no food in rooms." The TV was on when we entered the room which freaked out my kids, there was hair in the shower and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The sheets on the bed were grubby and pilled, unlike the smooth feel of most hotel sheets. We left super early and didn't even try the breakfast because my kids were so unnerved.

We have stayed in Richfield on numerous occasions, but never at the Best Western. This was one of the most comfortable beds we have had in a motel. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The only drawback was the pedestal sink in the bathroom which didn't allow for putting anything on it. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Although the hotel is close to the Interstate, it was quiet. Will consider staying here again.

great hosts, clean rooms, and a spectacular view. I could vacation here. We had our dogs and there was ample room to run them out back. The mountains turned purple in the twilight as the desert cooled. Great jumping off point for the southern desert. Zion and Bryce are just south and Moab and the Colorado mountains to the east.

Only 2 hotels available to us, chose Rodeway Inn, formally Western Inn. New owners & was a long time checking in, but understood that. Really good price. Bed nice & comfy-bathroom clean & carpet also, except under stands & tables=that really needs to be addressed. A very rude man step in front of me & he was helped first, didn't appreciate that at all. Breakfast was just so-so.

The Best Western Richfield Inn is a nice hotel to stay at on your journey to your next location. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff is professional and friendly and the hotel is walking distance to several restaurants. The hot tub temp is cool but the staff will adjust the temp if you ask. Good value for the stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last night. The hotel was very clean, quite, neat and pleasant staff. We traveled with two small dogs and unlike many pet friendly hotels there was a nice grassy area for our dogs. The room was like any Marriott and the beds very awesome. The included breakfast was fresh and hot. We would recommend this hotel anytime. They also had express check out. Karen and Vince

Drove from Wisconsin to Nevada, visiting national parks along the way. This was by far our favorite hotel. New, clean, most comfortable beds and wonderfully friendly staff. Family run and the difference and care is obvious.

I have in the past been mostly satisfied with and could depend on the best western name. Not so much here. Most best westerns I have been very satisfied with. I think some work needs to be done so as not to give all best westerns a bad name. saome times we like to call ahead when we are on vacation, an would like to depend on the hotel..

I travel through Utah from time to time and stay wherever my company books me. I have not stayed at the Best Western in Richfield in about 2 years. The place looked good before but since my last visit it has had a total makeover. The rooms look excellent and the staff is very courteous! The manager is a great guy and I will request at my company send me here as much as possible!!!

Excellent in all areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room was very clean and updated. Food was great and we will definitely stay again! Location is perfect. Quiet location and pool was kid approved!

Upon arrival, the hotel had a super strong smell of burning incense and the hotel staff had very thick accents and were not easy to understand. The room was clean and was as advertised. The staff was helpful and seemed well-intentioned. The bathtub drain was clogged, but it was fixed by the next night. The window in the room could not be opened at all, so no fresh air. The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice large flat screen. The breakfast was average and the dining area was clean. The pool has a loose drain/filter cover on the bottom which could have been very dangerous. The staff said they would have it repaired. The room towels were not very fresh and some has stains so they must have been older. The carpets were fairly new and the décor were nice. The alarm clock in the room did not work. The pillows seemed old, but I always bring my own.

Hotel appears to be new. Perhaps not more than 6 months. Breakfast average. Typical of medimum prices hotels. Needed a cork screw to open a bottle of wine. Front desk provided a loaner. Nice. Good fmily resturant within walking distance for dinner. The only thing to watch for is there is no direct drive into the hotel. You exit the street, go through a gas station to get to the hotel.

Clean rooms and a friendly staff. Customer service was great. I would stay there again. Good for families with children. Self-serve laundry. Beds were comfortable. Free Wifi, breakfast and indoor heated pool.

I asked the front desk person if the pool was clean and he said no. I appreciated his honesty although if you are going to advertise a pool as an amenity, it should be usable. I was part of a tour group and the hotel did provide breakfast from 5-6 a.m. for our group. It was simple fare such as cereal, toast, and donuts, but it saved us time. This was important for a 6:30 a.m. departure schedule.

This review should have been last year as i stayed with my son and his children for the Thanksgiving weekend in 2016. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Planning on staying there again in a couple of weeks. Thank you!.

This Best Western was very clean, comfortable and Richmond is a nice small town that has a nice clean down town. The food was hot, well prepared and very good. The staff was very friendly and pleasantly I would highly recommend this property.

We chose Best Western because of its good reviews, friendly management and pet friendly policy and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The hotels amenities were surprisingly upscale and luxurious for Richfield, UT which was complemented nicely by their cleanliness of the room and safe area. This hotel has updated clean rooms with friendly staff. The pool area was clean and the pool was nice. This motel is just off the interstate so it is easy to get to. The breakfast is as good as a complimentary hotel breakfast gets, there was no shortages.

On the positive side, this hotel is conveniently located close to I70, and there is very little traffic noise. It is within walking distance of Frontier Village restaurant, serving good food. However, as a customer I felt I was an inconvenience intruding in their hotel. The walls are very thin. They allow pets, and when a dog was left howling in a room close to us, we could not be moved as the hotel was full (despite the parking lot being empty). I was very cold in the room and did not want the heater on all night as it was noisy. I requested a blanket from the reception desk and was told I couldn't have one as the hotel was full! In the morning, my husband went to the breakfast room at 09:00 but found it locked up. Notices were in the breakfast room informing guests not to take food out of the breakfast room to eat in their rooms. Not a friendly place.
