Best Western Plus Rama Inn

Everyone there was amazing, from checking in/out to cleaning staff and breakfast workers. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and the staff was amazing, making sure we had everything we wanted and the options were replenished. The pancake machine was out of batter and the lady was so nice asking if we wanted her to refill the batter. Since breakfast time was almost over we said don't worry about it but she insisted saying others would surely use it as well, making sure we didn't feel bad about asking her to refill it. Amazing staff!!

I wasn't expecting a lot honestly. I have had some pretty meh experiences at Best Westerns. I was here for 5 nights. The staff is outstanding. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful and kind. My room was absolutely spotless and had plenty of everything. The breakfast was the typical deal, but there were some pretty great additions- like gluten free oatmeal (Bob's Red Mill!), gluten free muffins, almond milk and almond milk yogurt. I will be needing to return to Redmond in the future and I will definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a thanksgiving with family. They enjoyed the hotel at our hotel. It was super cold outside but nice and comfy in our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The price was also great and I don't have enough words for the breakfast. So many options we absolutely loved all of the hot foods and everything else that they served for so many with food issues. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This hotel is clean, breakfast is good and they have a great coffee maker with several different styles of coffee to choose from. It is close to restaurants/shopping and 20 minutes from the Bend area.

Check-in clerk was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast had amazing variety. There was gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and diabetic options. The omelets and potatoes were fabulous. Were were able to get adjoining rooms for our family.

I recently stayed here for an event I was participating in. The hotel is clean and convenient to a lot of outdoor activities in the area and surrounding area. We enjoyed the breakfast that had a lot of options to choose from, and even had options for my non-dairy wife. They even had a stack of to go containers in case you had to just grab something quick and go. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area and needed a place.

Clean! Comfortable beds and nice real breakfast (eggs,fresh Pancakes, sausage, fried potatoes, etc). Fun pool. Nice central location to fun excursions in central Oregon. Was a little pricy but it seems all the hotels there are.

The young lady that checked us in was very annoyed that we were there to get our room at 2200hrs. Never anyone up front, always had to ring the buzzer for someone. The breakfast though was very tasty, really enjoyed it. The room always smelt like pizza, I hope it was pizza looked everywhere but could not find anything.

Compared to our previous BW stays, here we found we paid more and got less. We've stayed here in the past and found it a nice place, this time we were disappointed in our reception, reservatin issues and lack of amenities

We had a good overnight stay in Redmond at the Best Western. It is well-located next to the state highway so easy access and easy to find. There are tons of restaurants around, including a Burger king right next door. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free Wifi internet worked great. Although slightly dated, the room and hotel were well looked after. The gym was basic was functional with a couple of pieces of decent quality cardio gear. The free breakfast was much better than expected – plenty of tasty options. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended to all travelers looking for a good place to stay the night.

Service was top notch, great pool and spa, and the FULL breakfast was wonderful and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, and freshly made pancakes. Rooms were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable too. We traveled here for a basketball tournament in March.

It was clean and comfortable and the lady that did the breakfast was amazing. I used the fitness center and the machine worked and was in tact which isn't the case at other hotels. I would definitely stay again.

Only reason it didn't get a full 5 rating is because my room had a horrid smell of cigarettes when you walked into the room. Not what I would expect for a non-smoking room. Also, the fitness center was to say the least, very lacking having only a few cardio machines and a single multi-use piece of weight training equipment. I ended up getting two days worth of a membership at a 24/7 gym within walking distance during my stay there.

I can say that this is absolutely the best best western that we have ever stayed out in all our travels across the United States. The staff are very caring the rooms are clean the dining area is well stocked the fitness room has plenty of towels, the parking lot has very large parking spaces so nobody beats up your car while you were in sleeping. We only spent one night but it was one of the most restful night we've had this far during our travels. It is close to the airport and there is plenty of transportation to get you there. We will definitely be staying there again whenever we're in town.

This location is very convenient off of Hwy 97. It is consistently clean, has sufficient parking, rooms are quiet and clean, and staff are readily available as needed. I had earned a room voucher and this was my first use of one - it went very smoothly.

The room itself seemed fine until you started actually looking at things. The surfaces of the tables and nightstands had a sticky residue on them. I'm assuming it's cleaning soap that was left on them, but it was on every surface. Random splatter marks around the room including the lamp on the desk and parts of the walls. The bathtub had some weird stains on it and there were marks on the ceiling. The door definitely didn't help us feel safe there. You could easily move it about a half an inch while it was shut and did not look secure when we left. If someone really wanted to get in the room then they could. There was an odor in the room and the HVAC made a squeaking noise every time it was on. The front desk staff was nice and it looked like they had a decent breakfast. I like the fact they have a pool and are located next to the highway.

Great king bed, quiet AC ( a must for us), nice pool, big variety breakfast, sweet staff, and perfect location to Bend, area lakes and mountain peaks. We went sightseeing and hiking. Visit the food trucks and beer garden nearby. We will stay again!

Staying here multiple times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The top best western I've stayed at. The right team matters and it shows in this hotel. The staff has always been super helpful on every visit, I've stayed with them. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Redmond.

The facility was clean and well kept. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, useful desk, and decent closet space. We requested more hangers for our clothes but they didn't have any to give us. The front staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was okay. The price was ridiculous for this type of hotel though but there were limited options available in the area. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay. Stayed here before and have never been disappointed. Clean comfortable rooms, pricing seems adequate. Right off 97 one block. Great breakfast with little omelette's and the actually have Bob's Red Mill microwave oats and such!! Who does that? Second floor on the side of the hotel internet a little slow….

Wonderful hotel! The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. The check in was quick and easy. The room was fantastic. We got a jr. suite and I'm so glad we did! It was nice having the additional sitting area when we came back after a long day, of hiking or shopping. The hotel is centrally located to Bend and the National Forest where we went hiking. We also attended the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show which was so much fun! The only negative comment I have is that there was no shampoo or soap in our bathroom, so we had to call the front desk, but they got it to us immediately. We will definitely make this a regular stop for us.

Overall good experience at this hotel clean room good breakfast. The one thing that was bad was the Wi-Fi. No Internet connection at all.Breakfast at this location was better than average.The location here was very easy to find and within good range of restaurants and other services.

Hi gang, Needed a pace to hole up for a coupla days and stayed here. Had a ground floor room although I prefer higher up for security. Breakfast was good, garden variety of offerings. Room was clean , quiet and comfortable. Close to anything you need. If the price improves (paid $197/ night) I'd stay here again.

It was expensive. But the pool was nice and actually heated to a swimmable temperature compared to other hotel pools. The breakfast was also good quality and a nice variety. Staff was also very helpful and nice.

The elevator was out of order and no easy way to get to the 2nd floor with luggage for 4 seniors. Two had mobility issues; one heart issues. No rooms available on the first floor. Breakfast as OK. Desk agents were nice, but unable to make any adjustments

This property is well worn and in need of refurbishment. Staff was friendly efficient and helpful with dining suggestions. The included breakfast provided a variety of offerings and the food quality was good. Located near a major highway, this property offers quick access to area attractions and restaurants. Despite its proximity the rooms are quiet. My only complaint is the woodwork in the room was very beat up and needs refreshing.

I'm a Best Western member and this was not a pleasant experience. I reserved a handicapped room. This room was a very long walk from either entrance. If you want coffee in the morning or ice at night, you need to make the hike. The shower had the fold down seat. When you sat there you were under a waterfall. The nozzle could be removed but no place to dock it. So I got wet and turned off the water, soap down and wash hair, then turn water back on to rinse off. Carpet in hallway needed vacuuming. Breakfast great on Sunday, out of most items on Monday.

We've stayed at this Best Western several times over the years. I think it may be even a little better than it was. It's quiet and we got a good night sleep. Good hot breakfast, close to Shari's restaurant and other places to eat. No problems at all and we'll stay here again if we need a place when we're in the area.

This Best Western had the three things I look for when I'n traveling: Friendly staff offering a clean room at a fair price. The folks here are super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean-which is very important during the pandemic. The rates are very reasonable for this area. There have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Nearby are several affordable food options. A breakfast bar offers complimentary hot and cold choices. The friendly staff made my stay most enjoyable!!

I stayed here for during the Oregon wrestling classics tournament. I looked to see what the room rate was for that weekend a couple weeks before the tournament. They were under $100. A week before the tournament is when I found out my son qualified for the tournament, so I booked a room that day. It was almost $200 Saturday night and $140 Sunday night. The prices doubled do to the tournament. That is price gouging and taking advantage.

The room was very clean and staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice and they even let us come back to use the pool shower later after we checked out. My son also forgot his toothbrush and they gave him one with some toothpaste too.

My husband checked in before he picked me up late at the airport. The gal Ashley was the one who checked him in. She had a very rude, unacceptable attitude toward him, regarding a BW rewards coupon that he had on his phone. She also failed to give him the low down on what time breakfast is, WiFi passcode. She just gave him crap, a bad attitude, handed him the keys. The good part- The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, We got a good night's sleep. Went down for breakfast, had a nice layout, something for everyone. Upon checkout, I spoke with the gal regarding Ashley's rude behavior... All I got was. Gee, I'm sorry. I sure hope that any higher-up management at this location that reads this, deals with Ashley and her rudeness, that's not how you deal/treat with customers that come into your hotel, and it's not okay.

Incredible stay! We opted for the king bed. Not only was it a very large bed, but it was extremely comfortable! The staff was very helpful when we need help getting our luggage into the rooms. A great place to stay!

I would not suggest this property due to the unclealiness of my room, hallways, and outside the side entrances. The maids do not clean and the front desk reps are rude and provide no solutions for issues during your stay. The room was dirty and smelled like old smoke.Tge assistant manager needs some training on social skills.

Room smelled like urine, bathroom not cleaned at all. Literally urine stains on the front of the toilet. The front staff was not visible my entire stay only when I checked in and rang the bell. Didnt feel as safe.

No Wifi, front desk acknowledged there might be a problem. You had to go out of your room and down the hall towards the front office to get connection, then lose it once you were back in your room. The smokeless room had a smoke odor. Staff did not promote the BW brand at all or mention our membership in their program.

It works out for location! No worries, basic ok. Front desk was nice, relaxed and everything felt normal even with Covid. Recommended for Redmond. Great for RV and Truck parking. Huge lot for easy navigation.

The rooms are dirty, the floor is not vacuumed in rooms or hallways. The receptionist at night does not wear a mask and did not enforce mask wearing of guests. If you want a room change due to cleanliness, you have to argue the receptionist for it. Staff was not polite and not accommodating.

Dirty, dusty furniture and carpet, garbage behind bed and night stand, not enough linens, no coffee in lobby, no Protein offered for “free” breakfast. Most troublesome, check in was not allowed until 5:15 pm...no compensation offered, just excuses. Saying they had two staff to clean 60 rooms. What does this say about the management?

This Hotel is close to Food Stores, to shopping, auto parts, and fast food locations. BK is like right in the parking lot! Right off The main highway through town. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is under construction currently on the sidewalk areas, but has a pool, laundry, breakfast(Covid) conditions, and amentities within walking distance.

We do our best to stay here every time we come into town. This time they had the pool/hot tub area closed.. Very depressing when u travel for hours and expect to relax in the hot tub/jacuzzi and when you get checked in and ask what times are available they tell you it's closed because of COVID-19. Not sure why when you scheduled a time to be by yourself and there is so much bleach in both the pool and hot tub/jacuzzi it will kill the virus.. very disappointed this time. Hope they open that area back up soon.

The person working the front desk is everything a tired traveler wants from a hotel receptionist. We had booked online and while the front desk was preparing our keys the conversation turned to the availability of a two room suite. A quick search showed that there was a two room suite available and the price was reasonable. I asked if we could look at and we given a set of keys. It took us just a few minute to decide that we wanted the two room suite. Back at the front desk it took several minutes to change the reservation but we soon had our suite for the night. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet in spite of the fact that the big rig parking lot was on our side of the building. Breakfast was a Grab-and-Go Bag. The only negative was that some of the breakfasts required a microwave to warm them up; however, bagel and cream cheese is the perfect Grab-and-Go Breakfast. Five stars for the customer service. Best Western Plus Rama Inn will most likely be our go to hotel in Redmond OR.

Great, centrally located hotel, close to many restaurants and some parks. Hotel staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Had 2 issues during our stay, nothing to do with the hotel or accommodations, which were both handled perfectly by the staff. Will definitely stay again.

The maintenance and cleanliness was unacceptable. Our room had not been properly cleaned and there was no maid service during our stay. The hallways and stairs were filthy and the grounds had trash everywhere.

Hotel was clean and had everything that we needed. Great breakfast. Eggs and gravy were not hot, barely warm, but that was OK. The thing that upset me was when we checked in we were told they needed a $20.00 deposit. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and have never had to do that. I questioned it and said they could ask for additional fees. The only thing I saw on their description was additional fee of $10.00 for rollaway bed. Desk clerk said in case of missing towels or damage. I am in my 70's my husband is 80. What damage would we do? I asked other guests if the had to pay a deposit, they said no. We were only charged on credit card just price of room. I told desk clerk I had taken pictures of everything when we left so I had evidence of nothing damaged or missing. Don't know if it was hotels idea to charge deposit or booking company went through.

Great customer service. We were there for a basketball tournament and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the mini suite was very comfortable for my family. We even traveled with our service pet and they were welcoming.

I live in Redmond, but needed a warm place to stay when my furnace broke down and the necessary part wouldn't arrive for a few days. BW Rama offered me that, of course, but also excellent breakfasts, two computers in the lobby (along with free wi-fi in the each room), exercise rooms, pool and sauna, and a generally welcoming atmosphere. My room was very pleasant. I'd recommend it for out-of-town visitors to Central Oregon.

The room was clean, the bed comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, hot breakfast! The hot tub as well. Friendly staff. Notes left from housekeeping with well wishes. Overall amazing experience! Will certainly stay again!

Drain in shower was clogged. Had to unclog it. Room smells musty. Is there a source of fresh air in this room other than the slight crack of a window? Refrigerator has a bad thermostat. Freezer cycling between 16-28°F, refrigerator cycling between 45-55°F. This would not keep ice cream hard. Had to throw out my pizza. To be fair I didn't let the staff know until check out.

This BW is so nice and clean. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are super quiet. I love the decor and the space in the rooms is better than most at this price point. I love the staff at this location as Amy is the best, always so accommodating and friendly. The Breakfast is quite good with a lot of options and the staff are always keeping the dining room spotless, which is important to me. I only stay at this location on my many trips to Redmond. I go 6-8 times a year and just wont bother with anywhere else. This feels like home away from home.

The hotel is okay. It's convenient for visiting family in the area. There is an odor in the room, not overpowering but always present. The breakfast is awesome with a great selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed here multiple times but sometimes over priced for value.

Amy at the front desk was excellent! I arrived 5 hours before check-in time because I had ridden with my brother from Burns, 145 miles from Redmond. He had a plane to catch at 1PM and my flight wasn't until 5:30 the next morning. Amy found an available room for me right away and recommended a taxi service for my early morning departure. She definitely relieved my travel stress for which, I am truly grateful. The room was very clean and comfortable do, thank you to the housekeeping team! The hotel is conveniently located with several places to eat within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. The experience was outstanding!

The service at this hotel is awesome. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was also comfortable and I slept well. The complimentary breakfast is among the better offerings for a hotel.

We stayed at the BW Rama Inn on our way home. The rooms were large and spacious and the beds were just right. The breakfast was the largest offering we have had at a BW and very good food. Overall hotel is clean and quiet a perfect place for a good nights rest.

On our trip back to Washington State my wife and I stopped at this Best Western Inn. We found it to be great. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. We have always found Best Western Inns to be clean and this was no exception. The Front Desk Person help us to decide where to have dinner too. The breakfast was also great. We were well rested and fed for our next day of travel.

Last minute cancellation of flight forced us to make a late night choice of hotels nearby Redmond airport. We got lucky with our selection and very pleased and grateful to be given a suite at same price of standard room at the kindness of the night front desk individual. Very clean

Really nice hotel. Neet clean and ready on time. I wish there was room service. Gina in housekeeping was wonderful. She really helped me out when I needed it. The pool and spa were really nice. The water was warm.

I have been a Hilton Honors for 14 years and was working in the Redmond area and they do not have a Hilton brand in the area so I booked at the Redmond Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located right off the main highway with lots of parking. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. We had a queen suite (no king beds available) and the room had a nice seating area and a wall separating the bed from the seating area. The beds are next to the window where the cars are parked but we did not hear any noise. It was nice and quiet.

Yes, it was clean and quiet, the people were great (Erica and Amy at front especially), but here's the kicker. I have stayed at many Best Westerns, but never one with such an over the top free breakfast. Without going into boring detail, I will say that there were so many good choices in every possible category that I would have stayed all morning and blown my calories for the day. And good coffee!!

We spent one night here in September 2019. Checked in late evening, so didn't get to try out the pool. Room was clean, staff was friendly. They serve a full breakfast with eggs, sausage patties and links, bacon, a waffle maker, cereals, yogurts, coffee, tea, juice and more. The only problem we had: The night lock on our door didn't want to let us out in the morning. My husband managed to get it open. I reported it to staff and asked them to repair it after we checked out. They were concerned, and I'm sure by now it's done. Prices were much better here than Sisters or John Day, each not that far away. We saw the Painted Hills while in this area. Beautiful!

This is a great hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The room was large and clean We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again. The location is close to Smith Rock and the Newberry National Volcanic Monument.

In Redmond. Good access and has the normal motel room. Double twin and simple bath. Normal breakfast and easy parking all around. Wanted to stop to see Smith Rocks and head to Portland after, so an easy location.

Overall stay would have been good if our bath tub was draining. We checked in on a Saturday and problem was not fixed until Monday, the last day of our stay. It was kind of disgusting to take a shower and by the time your finish the tub is full of dirty water.

Breakfast was good with a great range of items here, including hot eggs and bacon options and if you're interested in biscuits & gravy you can have those too. Comfortable rooms, lots of ground floor options and excellent staff. Everything worked well and we were in walking distance to restaurants for dinner as well.

Easy access to Bend, Sisters, Surrounding lakes and Mt. Bachelor with all the surrounding activities. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Full breakfast with healthy choices and lots of coffee!

Clean, comfortable, quiet at a fair price. That's basically all we ask for in a motel. That's what we got here, and we walked away happy. Bonus: directly across the street from Shari's restaurant where you can get an OK meal without any extra driving.

Dated place. Big room. Breakfast was marginal. Maintenance issues were: burned out light in bathroom, tub not draining, sink not draining, baseboards not secured to wall, and dead batteries in remote. I didn't report most figuring cleaning folks had to see it and would take action. Incorrect assumption. Lots of USB ports in room. The hot tub was good, the pool large and clean. The gym was better than expected w/newer equipment. Lots of fast food around hotel. Not a lot of detailed cleaning in rooms, just basics. I will likely stay at another BW next time.

I had a queen suite which was clean, spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was clean, and there were 2 TVs in the room. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I didn't eat breakfast but it smelled good. I didn't use the pool. Wifi worked great!

Was looking forward to staying here based on reviews. Check in prompt. They were doing some construction while we were there, which was fine, but you'd think they sweep up hallway at end of day. Room was nice size, clean. Shower area needs work, as did inner doors. Worst was the noisey heater which cycles on & off so you don't get a constant noise level (needed the heat end of May), which I can't believe no one else experienced in Room 221. Neither of us got much sleep and we had to face a drive back to Seattle. Desk attendant said she took off $25 but it only came to $10 on total bill but even that amount doesn't make up for sleep. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that. They were nice but experience was not.

I was in Redmond for work and stayed at the BW just for one night. Room was large, clean and overall comfortable. Pool and hot tub area were nice. Random, but the place to sit in the hot tub was really low compared to any other hot tub I have been in. I am 6'1" and when sitting down the water was nearly up to my shoulders. I could see this being even worst for smaller people. Free breakfast had a lot of options which was a great way to start the day. Service was OK. They only had one person checking in and she was slow. Took me about 20 minutes from arrival to the point where I was checked in.

Husband and I spent a couple nights away just because. We called in on a whim to see if there were any rooms available on a Saturday night. We were checked into a double queen junior suite that also had a semi-separate sitting area. Room was more than adequate for two. The location and view were the only things lacking. My room faced an empty lot and Some distant chain franchise signs.

Very accommodating staff. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. It is very convenient to Redmond Airport for early flights etc. They will provide a shuttle to the airport...about 7 minutes away.

Honestly, I picked this BW because of their support of veterans and glad I did. Found the accommodations excellent in all areas. The staff, from housekeeping to breakfast servers to counter folks always had a smile and an offer to help your stay be enjoyable. I found the breakfast outstanding, actually the best in my many years of traveling. We stayed several days and came to realize the Redmond location is a perfect "home base"! Overall, an excellent value. We will return here again to show our appreciation for their respect for vets! To my fellow/sister Vets, this BW deserves our support!

I was a little concerned at what the noise level would be inside due to the busy surroundings. It was surprisingly quite, especially at night and I was able to get some good sleep. The best part of the stay was the hot breakfast! Great selection of breakfast items and the area was well stocked and very clean. Great friendly staff here, would stay again for sure!

Very nice place to stay when going to Redmond, OR. They offer a great breakfast with a lot of options, kind and helpful staff, and clean rooms. I stay there every time I go to Redmond and its always been wonderful.

Good location easy to access from hey 97. Nice modern hotel. Great service. Clean, quiet and well maintained room. Comfortable bed. One of the best breakfast offerings of any Best Western hotels in Oregon. Highly recommended.

Very clean, well kept hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were large and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of hot and cold foods. All staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The decor was warm and homey. My only critique was the bed was too hard for my taste.

Very pleased with my short visit to the area. My room was updated and very clean. The breakfast area was clean although I had to leave before breakfast I was still able to grab a little something to eat. Had I not been able to check in early there was plenty of space for me to work until check in. The lobby was a little dirty due to the snow and being tracked in but the staff was kind and helpful. Good Stay in my books.

The staff did a great job coping with the 2 1/2 feet of snow that fell during my stay, keeping access open and safe. The breakfast was 20 minutes late 2 of the 5 days of my stay, but that could have been weather related.

Best Western Plus Rama Inn was very close to the Expo Center where our granddaughter was in a climbing competition. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and restful. We appreciated having internet access. And breakfast was more than we expected. Delicious with lots of choices of food. The cleaning staff left kind notes thanking us for staying there.

I have stayed at this particular BW inn three stretches over the past four months. The services and hospitality have been very welcoming and accommodating. The staff have been great when suggesting places to eat and sights to see.

Stayed at this moment towel on November 11, remembrance day. Staff were very courteous and efficient. The room was very clean, well appointed an all amenities were there. I found the breakfast average, nothing exceptional but well presented.

I'm so happy to finally be leaving a great review of a hotel! Hotels that cater to you, make you feel wanted and valued; they still exist! Best Western Plus Rama Inn is such a hotel. From easy check-in to clean and comfortable room, this hotel hit the mark over and over again. Great bathroom products, always a big score with me. And when late one night I discovered a quick and convenient tv ordering system for needed convenience items, I threw on a few items I needed and was immediately contacted by the front desk verifying if I needed anything else! Kathy then walked the stuff down to me and even included more than I asked for. She was friendly and made me feel my silly need for extra shampoo was no problem for her whatsoever. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff helpful and friendly. The pool had a nice stock of fresh towels and was clean and well maintained. We stayed for two days and since family will be bringing us back to the area monthly, it's now our go-to place to stay. The room was quiet, clean, stocked and the bed was sink in heaven. There simply isn't a bad thing to say about this place, it's what a person wants in a hotel stay regardless of the price.

After so many lackluster mobility rooms this year, this one was a wonderful relief. There are two mobility rooms that have both interior and exterior doors - all of the other rooms only have Interior doors. AND there are ADA parking spaces just outside the exterior door. So awesome. The roll in shower does not flood the bathroom floor!!! The desk chair is adjustable so I can have it high enough to get out of easily. The bed is also a good height. The hotel is quiet, the room temperature control is good, and it was a good 3 night stay. Checkin was great - very friendly and she made sure we were registered for all of the latest bonus points. I will definitely stay here again!

Please clean the rooms. Carpets are verysmelly and look dirty. I found items all over floor from previous stays. Obvious things you wonder how they could miss them, you was cleaning. Breakfast was very sad, old friut. Lady at check in was very kind when I checked in.

Nice area to park commercial vehicles. Breakfast was good and hot. Bed was comfortable. Internet was excellent. Close to airport. Close to restaurants. Great location. Everything considering this is the best hotel that is centrally located within walking distance to everything you need.

Food, shopping, banks... everything is close by if you do not want to drive too far, or just walk to your location. One of the nicest Best Westerns I stay at on a regular basis. Would recommend to anyone within the Bend/Redmond area.

Nice, quiet, comfortable and very clean! You will not be dissapointed. I will certainly stay here again. Many restaurants close by, with in walking distance. Other shopping close by as well, such as Fred Meyer, Bi-mart and Safeway. Good location.

Never disappointed with this hotel. A quiet nights sleep is always guaranteed..a must for a trucker. Easy walking to Bimart and other such places nearby..including easy walking to Sheri's restaurant for a sit down meal or fast food at Burger King right next door.I recommend Rendevoux at Rama!

Good location, comfortable beds, quiet AC, nice staff, good breakfast. Pool facilities looked nice and clean. Building itself is dated, ie carpet, paint layers, chipped doors and frames. Remodeling would result in us coming back, otherwise probably not.

We enjoyed our stay at the Redmond Best Western the price was very reasonable the motel is very nice good location the staff were very nice the breakfast was very nice as well so we recommend this place to anybody and thank you very much God bless you all on your journey of life

Pricy! $151.00 without Taxes for 2 Adults, King Bed! I have stayed in better ones! Clean but too pricy. We traveled 3 Weeks staying in several Best Westerns! Good Location though! With the Fires going on I felt as though the Area Motels were Price gouging because of the Fires and I do hope not!

Can't go wrong with this one. Very clean and quiet, comfortable beds and very little highway noise. Right off Hwy 97 and food is within walking distance or a short drive. They have a huge lot next door if you're in a big rig. Rates are a little on the high side, but that might be seasonal.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Best Western in Redmond. There were piles of hair in the bathroom, a gaping (and super creepy) foot-and-a-half wide hole in the bathroom wall where the floor boards had separated and the carpet had bits of trash on it. When I alerted the front desk attendant to these issues I was offered no compensation. I expect more when paying $180 a night. Additionally, though not nearly as critical, the rooms and furnishings are out of date, with scuffs and stains on all the moldings and furniture. I would not stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here twice during our trip and both nights(not consecutive) our room was spotlessly clean and the front desk clerk Kathy was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked however a few more health conscious items might have been nice. Hot tub was surprisingly large and very nice to soak in after a long trip.

We've stayed at the Rama Inn over several years, twice this year, and will stay again when our travels take us this way. This time we stayed in a 2Q Jr Suite - it adds a room divide and sofa and chair plus 2nd TV to the standard 2Q. It was nice to have the extra space. It was more expensive - but then we didn't call well in advance as we usually have. If we were in town for several days it would be even more appreciated. The standout part of our experience was breakfast. The Rama Inn has always had an above average breakfast. This time it seemed like there was more variety and an additional notch up in quality. We like food that tastes as it is supposed to and this did - particularly the waffles, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and coffee.

Seems like brand new. Clean, organized, happy, professional, friendly staff all the way around. We don't have our room cleaned unless we are staying more than 5 days, cleaning staff is really friendly. At this particular hotel staff is busy but does not seem to be ovet worked which made our stay much nicer!

This is hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and I travel extensively spending 25 nights a month in hotels. They have scrambled eggs, potatoes, french toast, Silk Almond milk in single serve boxes, same with soy milk, waffle maker, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal and.....get this......bacon, link sausage, sausage patties, ham and sausage gravy and biscuits. Rooms are clean, coffee is good, housekeeping is awesome.

I was on an Oregon road trip and chose to stay in Redmond prior to heading out to John Day Fossil Beds the next day. Easy check in, the lady at the desk was very nice, and made a good dinner recommendation. Room comfortable, clean.

Drove way too long the day we stopped here but we were well rested in the morning. Nice people. Clean and comfortable room. Fine full breakfast and a huge pool. All the amenities you come to expect in a BW Plus.

Best options for keto eating ever found in a hotel. Although prepared items like Almond Milk have sugars, there were boiled, PEELED eggs, cooked ones, meat, cottage cheese, and best of all, 2 kinds of nuts, 2 kinds of seeds, and coconut. Much appreciated! The only thing missing was shredded cheese. The pool and hot tub area isn't inviting. But it's a good stay, and breakfast for keto was wonderful.

Front desk ostracized my daughter for having a service dog to the point she snuck in and felt bad the rest of the stay. Housekeeping didn't clean the room (just moved the blankets around a little, emptied the trash. . . toilet was disgusting and looked like someone else had used it, shower had hairs in it), then housekeeping left the door open all day while we were gone. Breakfast looked good, but tasted awful. Typically we are happy with BW (the reason we were willing to pay twice what the other hotels were asking), but absolutely won't stay here again.

Just as the many times before we enjoyed our stay. We had no issues at all and the staff was helpful as always. If you are looking for a good clean place to stay this is the place to find it while visiting the Redmond area. There are decent food options within close walking distance.

We had planned to stay here for one night, but asked if we could extend another night. We were easily accommodated. Our room was a double queen and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot items as well as the usual cold items. At about $150 a night, this hotel is a better value than other comparable hotels in the area. At checkout, a simple tap on the desk bell brought someone to the desk immediately.

Friendly and professional staff. Quiet hotel, despite its proximity to the highway. Desk clerk gave us a recommendation for dinner (American/Mexican dinner house with a full bar), which proved to be perfect.

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the area. We had an extra large room with 2 queen beds and 2 tv's. There was a lot of room for 4 of us. The beds were pretty comfortable. The temperature of the room was perfect (didn't even have to turn on the ac or heat). The fan in the bathroom worked excellent also. The breakfast was very tasty and had lots of choices. The staff was friendly and available.

I love Best Western and will choose them over any other hotel. Always friendly, clean, and comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. The location was walking distance to the theater, bank, and restaurants. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the staff at check in remembered me from a previous stay.

Great check in and check out staff. Room was clean and quiet. Indoor heated pool and other great amenities. Plenty of restaurants close by. The heater/cooler is one of the standard in the wall systems, which I hate. The thing runs all the time, unfortunately most hotels are still using it.

STAFF IS VERY RUDE! Not at all accommodating at all. We stay at Best Westerns every year and the others ones are so much different then this one. Last 2 years this one has caused us nothing but problems, next year will be staying some else then here.

This hotel was pretty much what you would expect. Clean rooms, nice decor, good breakfast, indoor pool and exercise room. Loved that the remote was sanitized, as I normally have to clean it off myself before using. The location was awesome for the hiking we did. Very close to Smith Rock!

We had stayed at this Best Western Plus Rama Inn previously. This time and before because it is conveniently located and now because we know we like it. Two things stood out about this visit new. We asked and received advise about where to eat close by - we were described two choices and we went to Madeleines which we enjoyed. The other was that the breakfast was excellent, I don't remember it being that good. Lots of choices and the items were fresh and tasty. I think it was the 2nd best breakfast offering had included with a hotel stay.

This is an OK hotel for the price, but not what I have come to expect from BW Plus. Breakfast was sparse, staff easily flustered and not able to work standard equipment - like a printer. Just a little shabbier than expected.

Rooms are ok. They appear to be aged. Check in was smooth. Breakfast had a lot to be desired. Dis a poor job at keeping the breakfast food supplied. Front desk supervisor acted like she could careless when I told her there was hardly any food left.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Plus Rama Inn this past December. I was impressed with the size of the room, and comfortable bedding. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.. probably one of the best we've seen at a hotel. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked very inviting. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Central Oregon.

Three false fire alarms and evacuations, due to a faulty alarm, in one night made this stay just short of unbearable. With an infant in tow in 30 something degree weather we were told to evacuate our room. Very displeased!

I've stayed at this hotel twice as it is close to the airport and offers an alternative to the highly priced accommodations in Bend, where I conduct my business. Having stayed at several Best Westerns, this one is superior to my other experiences in both appearance and comfort. They also provide a free taxi ride to the airport, something I wasn't aware of until I asked. On this stay the computer reservation system was down, but they had back up hard copies so my transaction was smooth.

Location was perfect. Nearby theater and central location in town. Visiting family for the holidays. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Loved that it was quiet..

Quick & Easy to check in, Breakfast is Great! All Staff friendly and helpfull. Took a dipp in the old jacuzzi after a long day. Burger king next stoor open till midnight in case you get into town late. Was also nice and quite.

This is a great hotel with outstanding staff like Kathy who checked me in. Bed was comfortable and room was really nice. Breakfast was nice with a big selection. I did not get to enjoy it, but they have a really nice indoor pool that I saw a family enjoying together. Rates are reasonable for all the comforts and ammenities!

Friendly efficient staff kept everything well taken care of. Fairly quiet location, yet just off of Highway 97 and with good access to downtown and nearby Bend. My room was nice and roomy with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was good, breakfasts had good variety and options, and staff was in attendance constantly during the breakfast hours to refill supplies, clean and help visitors.

I stayed here when I ran a race at Smith Rock State Park. The hotel is convenient to both Bend and Terrebonne. It has an exercise room, pool, and jacuzzi. All of the facilities were clean and in good repair. The room was clean and in good repair. There are a variety of pillows at various levels of support. The bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is decent. I plan to stay there next time.

Only stayed for a single night but it was a great experience. The rooms, hallway, and lobby were all clean, the beds were comfortable, and I loved all the breakfast options. The hotel is also very quiet considering it's right next to Highway 97. We stayed at this same hotel a number of years ago, but that was before it had been renovated and transformed into a Best Western Plus. It wasn't a bad hotel back then, but the upgrade was a vast improvement.

We have stayed at this motel many times in the past and always go back. Very friendly staff, good accommodations, and if there is any problem they are right on it. Good lighted parking and right off major highway.

Very satisfied with our stay. Only improvement would be in the breakfast department. We do not care for limp bacon and it was that way both mornings. The potatoes also could be browned---they were pale both mornings.

room was up to date in decor, very clean. Shower pressure was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. Wide range of items to choose from. My wife especially enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, one of her favorites to have in the morning.

We have been doing laps moving our possessions between California and Montana. This hotel is about half way and it has trailer parking and a hot tub, which we find essential amenities for this sort of trip. It also has a handful of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well cared for. Be sure to get a reservation. It's a popular place in the area.

Stayed here on our way through from Reno to Seattle. Very clean and great people working there. Breakfast was great and the staff kept it refilled and area clean. Would stay here again if in the area.

Very nice, recently renovated Best Western. Close off the highway and close to restaurants and gas. Very quiet, despite being near highway 97. My only complaint-check in staff did not acknowledge us for over a minute though we were standing right in front of 2 ladies. Very unprofessional and dis-courteous.

Honestly, I picked this BW because of their support of veterans and glad I did. Found the accommodations excellent on all accounts. The staff, from housekeeping to breakfast servers to counter folks always had a smile and an offer to help your stay be enjoyable. I found the breakfast outstanding, actually the best in my many years of traveling. We stayed several days and came to realize the Redmond location is a perfect "home base"! Overall, an excellent value. We will return here again to show our appreciation for their respect for vets! To my fellow/sister Vets, this BW deserves our support!

Warning, the food is not very fresh and does not taste very good, We think it may have made us sick. Also the faucet in the Bathroom leaked and my toiletries got soaked. The lady at the front desk was friendly though.

BW in Redmond is a nice place to stay. Very clean. A bit noisy due to its location on the main highway. The breakfast was better than the norm. Lots of choices, they even offered honey with the condiments. We would stay here again.

While on a vacation, my wife and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Redmond, Oregon. The property was very clean, and comfortable. All of the features and amenities appeared to be well maintained, and functioned properly. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

On our way home from Walla Walla, we found this Best Western a perfect stopping place. The only drawback was having one person at the front desk. She had her hands full with check ins and phone calls. But she handled herself very well. The hotel is clean, comfortable and a good location.

We've stayed here numerous times on business and have never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. Amy and the other folks at the front desk have always been friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good and the attendant is always present.

Beds are firm but pillows suck. Wifi was exceptional with an additional Ethernet port. Electrical outlets everywhere; didn't need to break out the power strip. Breakfast is decent with a wide variety of choice. Love the 24- hour coffee and tea.

This is a new, clean, comfortable hotel. As with most new mid-range hotels, the rooms have a microwave and a small refrigerator. The front-desk people are friendly. The wifi is free and fast. There is a good working desk, but there is only one outlet at the desk. You can't plug in a computer and your phone at the desk at the same time. There is a reading light on each side of the bed, but there are electrical outlets on only one side of the bed. There is a clock on the other side of the bed. You can't recharge your phone on the same side of the bed as the clock. The hotel does not provide bottled water, but it has a free buffet breakfast with a good variety of hot food, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc.

The receptionist, Kim, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was a very comfortable place to stay. We would seek it out if we go to Redmond again.

just what we needed, a place to sleep, eat, and relax in the swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool was perfect!! We will always use Best Western whenever possible. We joined the club and we use it.

This hotel was in a great location, near US97 and restaurants. Access was easy and the hotel was very clean. Although we visited this hotel a few days after the solar eclipse in Oregon, I felt the rates we still reflective of the eclipse and considerable higher than usual.

We were lucky to call in the morning and reserve a room the night after the eclipse of the sun in central Oregon. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The room was comfortable with sanitized remote for the TV. Breakfast was not up to the quality of the high charges for the room. Parking was good for or trip hauling a car on a trailer. The pool and hot tub looked inviting unfortunately we arrived to late to take advantage of these amenities.

Everything excellent. All details executed to perfection. Must see to believe. Just think of your best road hotel experience, then imagine its a bit cleaner, a bit friendlier, a bit more accomodating, breakfast a bit more complete and better overall.

A large urban styled hotel similar to thousands of others, clean, well managed, with a hot tub and pool suitable to swim laps in. It's within walking distance of a Sharis, a four plex movie theater,and a small mall. Problem -- $200 for one night. $150 would be closer to standard.

Nice, clean, large, rooms, good staff and good breakfast. There is a nice pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again. The price is not cheap but it is much better than in Bend. Very convenient to the McKenzie Pass-Santiam Pass Scenic Byway, which is beautiful, the town of Sisters, and Smith Rock State Park.

I would stay again. Good location, parking, nice staff, and clean inside and out. My only real negative was the bed, though new, was hard. Usually BW have fantastic beds. Breakfast was a little low on fruit considering the time of year but the breakfast area was clean and comfortable. Great fitness areas including a pool and hot tub!

The Best Western in Redmond is a nice place to stay after a long day at work. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great, helpful and very pleasant. I recommend them for the weary traveler and will stay again.

Room AC barely worked, Shower curtain was moldy and maid service did not come provide towels and clean sheets (we sweated so bad in the night we needed clean sheets) as requested at the front desk. would pay the extras money to stay somewhere else

Travel often to this area. Always reliable, clean, friendly, above and beyond helpful. Lower rates than most the dumps nearby. Accommodate any special needs including diet. My work plans change frequently and I've never been hassled for last minute changes.

I stay here when I'm in the Bend/Redmond area. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, right off Highwsy 97. Nice breakfast selections, pool, workout room. Ample large vehicle parking. The staff has always been very helpful.

I drive through the Bend/Redmond area several times a year and I always try to stay at Rama Best Western in Redmond. I love being able to soak in the indoor spa after a day's adventures. They have several handicapped accessible rooms with outside entrances which I appreciate. Nice, central location & friendly staff.

Found hair in the shower. TV remotes did not work properly for either TV. The tray that held the coffee and condiments had not been cleaned for some time. Bathroom floor had whites specs of something on it.

This hotel is run very well. Everybody works together and makes sure the guests are well taken care of. The rooms were excellent and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and lots of condiments to suit everyone's tastes. Good location with easy access on and off the main highway. Quiet. Fast check in and check out. Have no complaints.

We enjoy staying at most Best Western Hotels because quality is almost always high standard and staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are great and most important the beds and pillows are very good Internet is user friendly. Always nice to make reservations ahead and know you have a good bed.

State business travel took me to Redmond this month and found this hotel was one of the few in the area that would accept the government rate during the summer months. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank you! The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very nice. The small fridge and microwave were also clean and worked very well. The hotel uses real soap bars instead of dispensers which I like. As with all my reviews, I investigate the fitness options at each hotel and found this hotel to have a larger than normal fitness room with two treadmills, one elliptical, and one bicycling machine. There is also a freestanding resistance training machine that is similar to a universal machine but much more modern. I saw and used one of these machines in a hotel in Washington DC a few months ago and it will give you a fairly good resistance workout. I had to leave the hotel early for a field inspection so I unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast. The hotel location is at the south end of Redmond along Hwy 97 with easy access to the highway as well as easy drive to Bend. The rooms face north/south so you don't really get a good mountain view except partially on the south facing 2nd floor rooms. There are food options within walking or short drive distance (Burger King, DQ). Found out that the room rates jump to $500 during the solar eclipse in August...and that doesn't include a steak dinner (I had to ask, smart aleck that I am). Overall, I will stay at this hotel again in the future for business and personal travel but not during the eclipse!

Great location and services. Suites are nice size and quiet. Beds are a little hard but not bad. Bathrooms are small. Nice to have a breakfast included and small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Have stayed here 3x in the past year and it is always clean.

The hotel appearance in and out were fine. Plenty of parking on-sight. Breakfast food selection very good, and plenty to choose from. The rooms were spacious, the bed was not great, too hard. The pool and hot tub was awesome and clean. My biggest complaint was bathroom odor. I thought is was a urine smell, but it looked really clean. I discovered it was actually a mildew smell from the shower curtain which is cloth, and they don't use a plastic liner behind the cloth curtain, so it stunk. It didn't ruin my stay, and I should have reported it, but I was there to visit an ill parent and had way bigger thins on my mind. I would recommend staying here if you can get better rates than I had, we paid $501 for 3 nights, which I felt was really steep, especially in Redmond, OR; but my mom was ill and I needed a place to stay.

Best Western is my "Go To" when on the road. Spent a week here and enjoyed the stay. The fitness room was my first stop each evening. I really enjoyed watching the evening news while walking/running on the treadmill. My reservation got messed up and I was told I didn't have a room for my last night. The front desk folks and housekeeping crew went above and beyond and were able to keep me in my room for my last night. The breakfasts are good. Sausage, bacon, ham, eggs and waffles and more.

This hotel is quite lovely from the outside and the decor inside was nice. The staff was very hospitable and friendly however our room smelled bad and still had trash in it from the previous visitors i.e. bottle of water, bottle cap, and q-tip on the floor.... ick! The cleaning people also left some of their cleaning supplies in our room by accident. The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in quite a while. The breakfast area was nice, seemed clean, and the food was good. Overall a decent experience. I just don't like "dirty".

We stayed at this hotel when we visited the Painted Hills. It was a comfortable hotel for a one night stay. Breakfast was just about there. Bacon came with hair! Very slow internet and no HD channels on TV. Surprising in the present world!

This hotel isn't anything glamorous, but it's clean, spacious, and checks off all the major boxes just fine. ROOM: The hotel is older but has been refurbished fairly recently. Beds are good. Great water pressure. Excellent wi-fi. Lots of room. Microwave and mini-fridge. In room coffee. About the only improvement I'd see is more available and accessible plug outlets for all our modern gadgets we haul these days. BREAKFAST: Plenty of variety (at least on the weekend when we were there?) Sausage, eggs, bacon, potatoes, breads, waffles, hot and cold cereals, good yogurts. More toppings for those last three than I'd ever seen in a hotel. Only wish they offered cut fresh fruit-- they just had canned fruit cocktail and whole apples, oranges, and bananas. POOL: Didn't use it but looked nice and spacious. If our kids were little, they'd have gone crazy for it. Covered, so year round. Hot tub, too. GYM: Spacious and with better equipment than you'd often find in a hotel this size OVERALL: My tweaks to this place are so minor, I'm not deducting any stars. The cost isn't cheap but it's comparable to the market price for hotels here, so it's fair. I'd not hesitate to stay here again.

Came to Redmond for business and had a great night sleep. Everyone was friendly and sweet. I wish I had not had to leave so soon. I would stay here again and make sure to see more what the area has to offer.

Good property. My room was very clean and everything was in good shape. Minimal noise. Desk clerk was delightful. Frig and microwave. I was up too early for the breakfast but the coffee was good and they right across the street is a 24 hr restaurant. Yeah. Close to airport so excellent for early and late flights.

Nice big rooms with good beds. The hotel is neat and clean. The location is easy to get to from the hiway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full serve not just breads. There is an indoor pool and exercise room

I have been staying at this hotel with my daughter for four years of equestrian state meets and when I left Sunday I was sad cause I felt like I was leaving my second home forever. I love this hotel and if ever traveling through this area again and need a hotel I will not hesitate to stop in to see if there might be a room available for me. Great hotel, friendly staff and great amenities would definitely stay here again. I really appreciated that the staff was able to assist in giving the other party a key for the room when they were arriving in the very early mornings my hours. That was extremely helpful so that I did not have to wait up. Thank you again for everything.

This hotel is easy to get to and is very clean. The breakfast has many foods to choose from, hot and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are roomy and comfortable and quiet and well decorated.

This was our 2nd stay. Both times we had no problems. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond to help with anything we asked for. They even remembered our entire families names when we came back 6 months later. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We were looking for lodging that had trailer parking and a hot tub. These bases were covered quite well by this hotel. The breakfast service needs a bit of improvement (available waffle batter would be good, and making sure the right milk sort is in the right container), but the variety of choices is above par for hotel breakfast services. The TV remotes had problems, including no OFF button. There are decent restaurants close by as well as other amenities like fuel. Overall, I would come back. This hotel is outside of downtown Bend, which makes getting started in the morning easier, and they do have that nice hot tub for unkinking sore backed after a long day on the road.

Great location. East to get to from Airport. Great staff. Very Clean and quiet. Great restaurant nearby- Madelines. East to get to Bend, OR Easy check in and express check out. I appreciate Bestwestern- They are just about everywhere I need to go.

I recently stayed at the Rama Inn in Redmond, Although the property is older, they are working on updating it and have now changed to a BW Plus. The room I stayed in was updated and was very clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly and every one I ran into, smiled and said hello. It is right off Highway 97, so it is super easy to get back on the road and travel. It is very close to Albertsons, a liquor store, Shari's restaurant is within walking distance. If you are into fast food, Burger King is right next to the property. There are several nicer restaurants just down the road. 2 good Mexican and a Chinese restaurant, There are several other fast food establishments close by as well, There are fuel stations close by as well. I have stayed here several times for my business trips and they are always super friendly I am very pleased they are updating the rooms and making the experience brighter, If you are into motel breakfast, they have an amazing selection, bacon, eggs, sausage, bagels, coffee cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc and a large room to seat everyone. The pool is nice and has a Jacuzzi next to it, Highway noise is not an issue. WiFI access is free and seemed to be fairly fast I enjoyed my stay.

Our family has been staying at the Best Western in Redmond, OR several times this year while we are visiting family. It's got a great location and you can walk to anything you want, shopping and eating. Great service all around and the breakfast foods are fantastic, great value all around for the price.

Property is clean and well positioned. Good service by staff and the breakfast was well prepared and a good selection of items. My issue was I wanted to cancel my reservation at noon as I had done my work in Redmond/Bend and good make up some time on this trip. No way 24 cancellation policy and I good pay here and again for the hotel where I would end up that day. Policies are only good as they are administered. In this case they failed.

This hotel Beas very nice and convenient to great restaurants, like Madeline 's. The Staff was very helpful. The hotel is very clean and accommodating to all who stay there. Breakfast was a plus. The only problems I saw was the WiFi ( it kept knocking us off internet service) and at night the rooms got real stuffy. The air conditioner came on every 2 hours and only stayed on for 2 minutes. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

We've been staying here recently as I conduct estate business in the area. Always welcomed and our rooms have been clean and well supplied. Internet works well and the breakfast has a good variety of items. The breakfast room worker is always available and keeps items stocked. Simply put, great place to stay!

We had an enjoyable stay here on a trip to explore more of Oregon. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only problem was that our fresh produce froze in the refrigerator! We have never had that happen before in any motel refrigerator. There was no door on the freezer part which could have been the culprit. Otherwise, it was quiet even thought there were a number of families there for various events.

We have stayed at this BW Rama Inn a few times now. We are building a cabin in area and We will continue to use this service when we come to town. We will also have our family stay at this location once we are established. Excellent!!

I would not recommend this hotel as the room was not clean and we were greeted with vacuuming at 7:15AM. Although they gave me a credit of $20.00, it is never fun to hear vacuuming after a late night of travelling. The room had dust and was not the cleanest of rooms. I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed overnight on our way north. The room was big & very clean. Kathy R., the front desk person, was extremely helpful in choosing our room due to medical issues my husband has and following up to be sure everything was satisfactory.

This hotel was in a good location. Staff was very friendly. They were helpful when we were unable to get our TV to work. The carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned, but the room was clean other than that. The breakfast had many choices and was good tasting.

This motel was a surprise for us. It was easy to find, right off Highway 97. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. It had a nice indoor pool and hot tub. There is a Shari's restaurant right across the street and also a large grocery store.

Stayed in Redmond for one night because of an am flight the next day. Room with one King bed. Bed was very comfortable, room was large, new TV, Refrig and Microwave in a nice cabinet. Bathroom was nice and clean. Large closet with 2 suitcase holders, was a plus, usually one or none in many hotels. This room was just as nice as another upscale chain that my husband frequents for work. It was also a reasonable price- $25 less than the other chain motel choice in Redmond. The breakfast room was large and had a good selection of hot and cold items. I would stay here again .

A great place to stay in Redmond. A huge room with all of the best amenities. Outstanding water pressure in the shower. One of the best breakfast selections that I have experienced at a motel, and it was well attended to, by the staff. Just a very pleasant travel experience.

We didn't have any complaints about this hotel. It was your basic Best Western - nothing too fancy. Decent, clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Plenty of options for food in the morning. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

This was booked for us. It was clean. We had a nice hand written note welcoming us. Stayed two nights, great job cleaning each day. Breakfast items were generous, eggs and cheese, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruits, oatmeal, waffle station, juice, coffee. There is a pool and jacuzzi. Parked right outside our door. There is a Burger King right next door.

The hotel might be for the area a good one as there are not so many good alternatives. I stayed there one night and was very happy to leave the hotel. The room was ok but in the morning all over the place it was a smell of food (cooked fat from the bacon), this was more than "ugly". The bathroom could be cleaner but was acceptable for this area. The breakfast was low to a good standard hotel from my point of view. And as mentioned it smelled like cooked fat all over the place. There is no bar for an after work drink.

I have stayed at the BW Rama Inn about six times this year, all for business. My reason is quite simple: I get a great night's sleep, reliable internet, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Considering the proximity to Highway 97, the noise from the highway is hardly noticeable. The room-to-room noise is also minimal. The rooms are clean and roomy and the bed is always comfortable. The breakfast is better than most, with a good selection of hot and cold offerings, fresh fruit and yogurt. Although downtown Redmond is not within walking distance, there is a cinema right across the street and an excellent restaurant, Madeline's, less than a 5 minute walk.

Absolutely love this place. Clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. I live locally and due to my home situation I take "days off" to refuel. I wouldn't think of choosing any other place but Best Western.

The staff at the Rama Inn are very friendly and helpful. They never fail to say hello and are prompt at responding to requests. Breakfast is pretty good served buffet style, with options of eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, a variety of breads, danish, waffles, cereal. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time we are in Redmond.

Lovely rooms,fast wifi and adequate breakfast. We had the pool and tub to ourselves after the drive from San Francisco.We had trouble with our hire car and Rachelle couldn't do enough to help. In fact she sorted another car for us. Dwayne was also helpful.

Spent one night here after a day at Smith Rock SP. Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room was large and well equipped. Good size bathroom. Self service breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to eat. Although fairly close to the main through road, there was no noise to disturb your sleep.

overall, this hotel is a safe bet, room sizes were large, very comfortable beds, quality decor, large flat screen tv with ok qualtiy screen (not high def), bend cable remote can be confusing to use at first, tv sound could be better, bathrooms could be larger, breakfast choices were excellent, large breafast area with plenty of seating. overall room rates in the area seem high for off season pricing, probably due housing shortage in the area with lots of construction going on -construction workers are staying at nice hotels. this hotel is in a nice area of redmond and has plenty of eating choices nearby

This was my first stay at this property and I did use reward points to stay here. The outside is clean and nice. The lobby was also clean and nice. Check-in was about the fastest and easiest check-in I have ever had. The room was clean and updated. We had breakfast the next morning and the food was good With a good variety of food and drink. Both the evening and morning staff were friendly and efficient. Over all a great stay and we will visit again.

After too many soft beds on our recent trip, we were happy to find these more to our liking. A little more spendy than some of the Best Westerns, but not too bad, considering we rode in on our motorcycles with no reservations. The breakfast was one of the best of the 3 Best Westerns we had stayed in; lots of choices.

We stayed here for one night near the middle of September. The motel was easy to find and easy to access from the highway. Our room was clean and well maintained. The people working at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The guest laundry facilities were clean and in good working order. There is a good restaurant near by. Breakfast had a good selection. We would choose this motel in the future.

I'm biased. I've stayed at many Best Westerns in the West and all have been clean and well-run. So when I was coming to Redmond to golf with friends, I suggested the BW Rama Inn because I'd stayed at a couple other's and they've always been really nice. This hotel was no exception, and my friends and I had zero complaints.

We are locals.We had to make arrangements due to having Tiles installed at our house. We stayed here at the Best Western Plus Rama for two days, We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to nearby shops and restaurants. Great Location ! Would recommend this place to my friends and family as the place to stay in Redmond !!

The Rama Inn was adequate. I'm not sure why it's a BW Plus as it did not appear to have any of the amenity upgrades that I usually see at hotels within this category. The exterior has been attractively updated, but the interior shows it's age and is overdue for an equivalent upgrade. In our room, sheets and towels were good, bed comfortable, and the room generally clean, but not as clean as I would have liked. Small details were not attended to - wobbly toilet seat, too small shower curtain, shower head mounted too low on the wall. Overall, okay. Not great.

The hotel is well kept and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Kathy at the front desk gave us a good recommendation for dinner within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast bar had a lot of variety and was replenished quickly when something ran out.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel, the employees are always nice and helpful, the breakfast is good and a large variety to choose from. Quiet and comfortable. There was a slight problem in the dining area with electrical, the girls did a great job at still serving a hot breakfast with a good attitude. I will be back to this hotel.

Although right on the highway, I didn't hear any car noise. Great pool, sufficient breakfast. Very clean room with good chargers/tv etc. Great parking close to the rooms and the laundry facilities allowed us to wash our dirty road trip clothes.

This Best Western is an older hotel with large, quiet, comfortable rooms located in north Redmond. Shari's Restaurant and Burger King are right next door. Hotel is off 97 but easy access with stoplights. Full breakfast. I was able to check in early.

We have stayed here several times before. Always a good experience. Now with added elevator and upgrades it is excellent. Breakfast is one of the best in the chain. Gina, working the breakfast, was especially noted as an outstanding employee. The suite was great and will now be our standard room. Great location with easy access. While here we enjoyed the Mi Cielo Mexican restaurant. A small place with friendly, excellent service and food. The seafood enchilada was the best I've had.

Very nice motel centrally located with easy access from major highway. Nice breakfast bar and clean rooms make this a location to consider when in central Oregon. Will stay again when needing lodging in that area.

I really enjoyed the location of this room, very convenient, easy to find and plenty of parking. We pulled up right at 3:00 pm, just at the start of check-in. I walked up to the counter and gave my name to the friendly woman at the front desk and someone behind her informed me that no rooms are ready - in not the friendliest of ways, just not very professional and I could tell the woman helping me was a little irked. Turns out my room was all ready for me. Just added a bit of unnecessary tension. We stayed in room 202, a double queen suite. I would certainly recommend. It is very spacious and well appointed for a simple stay. The beds are comfortable, though a bit hard. The breakfast was great and always well stocked. Our main issue with this stay was the lack of attention to detail in the cleaning. There was a fingernail in the carpet next to the bed, a mouse dropping in the bathroom, splatters of something all over the bathroom floor, a black stain on the sheets, and the tv remotes were filthy, even though being placed in a 'clean remote' sleeve. One or two of these things would not have bothered me at all, but with so many issues in one room, it just made me a little uncomfortable and not able to feel at home here. As far as hotel stays go, this was not the worst but certainly not the best either. I have no doubt that these issues would have been resolved if we had brought them up with staff, as they were more than helpful, we just didn't have time. I would definitely stay here again in hopes that this was just a fluke, as most reviewers have only great things to say. Unfortunately, my experience was just not the best.

I have stayed at the Rama Best Western before and then and this visit found it comfortable, clean, and the staff competent and professional. The woman who checked us in warned us in advance of the planned overnight change of the wi-fi password and unfortunately wrote down the 2nd password incorrectly and it took some time the next day to resolve connecting. Breakfast was the typical for Best Western.

We booked this room while we are travelling to Crater Lake. We have 2 boys (5 & 1 year old), we requested for the crib and they provide us with the playpen type. It is really easy to set up. The bed sheet is wrinkle and thought they can do a better job. The room color is red and kind of dull. The breakfast is included and it is nice. Overall it is nice place to stop by.

My husband and I planned a very last minute getaway to central Oregon and when researching which hotel and city to stay at BW Rama Inn in Redmond was almost half as much as another hotel 20 minutes away. We found this hotel an easy drive from Sisters, OR (where we spent the afternoon walking around the town) and close to Smith Rock where we were planning on hiking the following day. Rocio was extremely helpful at checkin and even cheerfully changed our room when we requested to be on the other side of the hotel. There is not much to the location (right next-door to a Burger King) but the value of the room was good, the bedroom was above par and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very small, only having enough room for one person at a time, and was in need of a redo. The hairdryer was the best hotel hairdryer that I have ever used. I only marked this as a 4star as the bathroom needed some updates (door was water damaged and area around the shower was worn).

Very friendly helpful staff, makes you feel welcome. Traveling for work room was clean, quiet and had internet service. Good breakfast served starting at 6 am lots of options which is nice as I'm on a restrictive diet.

Average. Costs more than it's worth. Old motel that's gotten a facelift. Breakfast is a good feature. Not cool enough to be retro; not remodeled enough to feel new. Indoor pool and jacuzzi add interest but not class. If the price was lower it would all make sense. It's Just .... Meh.

requested a hanicapped room with king bed and roll in shower. Got there to find it unavailable and was given a overcrowded room with two queens, making it very difficult to deal with a wheel chair, a Hoyer Lift, and a shower chair. Amy, staff, did her best to make it work for us, but it was way over-priced and far from ideal.

Stayed at hotel for three nights for a business trip. Staff service was quick and efficient, always with a smile. Internet was fast and flawless. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with multiple food choices. Location of hotel is next to highway and a fast food restaurant, so noise with window open was considerable. A/C worked very well. Pool and Fitness Center were very good as well.

We stayed here for my Husband's grandfather's funeral in Madras. It was only a 25-30 min drive to Madras, so not bad at all. The location of this hotel was wonderful! It was located to many restaurants and stores for convenience. The breakfast was wonderful! They had everything you could think of! The rooms and hotel were very nice as it had just been remodeled. It was nice that there were easy stairs to use to the 2nd floor so that we didn't always have to depend on the elevator. I didn't care for the beds too much, but my husband didn't mind them. I was also sick with a cold, so I could have been more sensitive to that. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were pretty quiet especially considering that we were right by many other rooms just off the stairs. AC worked great and it was nice and convenient having the fridge and microwave. I also really appreciated how they had round the clock tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Being sick, I took advantage of the hot tea often. I'd stay here again! :)

This Best Western was a little more expensive than most BW in the Northwest, but a bargain for the Bend, Oregon region. The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the best by far that we experienced on a two week trip in the northwest.

For my money, this hotel was about as close to perfection as you can get for what I look for. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Very friendly, helpful staff - checked us in early (and out late!). A room that ticks all the boxes - comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, and a quiet HVAC unit that can run its fan continuously. Slept very well here. Great breakfast – wide choice of high quality food and fruit, including berries, and starts early (6 a.m.).

Well trained staff at desk, housekeepers, and breakfast servers. Excellent stay. Comfortable bed. Outside traffic wasn't heard at all. Easy to find, near restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again if I were attending the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show. What a great time there! Many guests stayed at the Best Western in Redmond. Good to compare travel and quilt show ideas and observations! If you haven't gone to Sisters for the Outdoor Quilt Show, go! 1,300 quilts are hung outside the businesses on the 2nd Saturday of July. What a great place to take pictures.

We've stayed here quiet a few times and have watched the property improve with each stay. They now have a elevator so no more taking the stairs. Property is a nice one, quick access to gas, restaurants and grocery store. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent with enough choces for everybody. It's our go to place when we're in the Redmond area. Only problem we encountered was a loud clangy AC unit in room 201. AC worked but loud so we just used the fan alone which was quiet and kept the room a decent temperature.

Was ok. Beds seemed older. Was clean. The breakfast was really good. They seemed to care about keeping it stocked well. Had eggs with bacon and potatoes. Lot of fruit and nuts with fresh fruit. Was a little high prices for what we got but it wasn't bad.

I love this place!!!! I frequent this Best Western because I am never disappointed in the quality of service and room. I highly recommend this motel. Great location!!!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast with a wide variety of choices. A nice choice of activities close by. Close to resteraunts, movie theater, banks,and grocery stores.

Enjoyed the stay at this Best Western in Redmond. Hotel prices were a little cheaper than the hotels in Bend which is only 15 minutes away. There are some nice walking areas in town and the hotel staff was very helpful in showing where they are on a map. One word of advice is that the second Saturday in July is the Sisters Quilt show and hotel prices in Sisters, Bend and Redmond go up quite a bit because of the traffic. The quilt show is very nice, but if you are not interested in quilts do not go during that weekend/

At the hotels/motels in Redmond were booked. In the area was a rodeo, and several graduation ceremonies. That could be bad news for travelers as staff get "slammed" maximum capacity. Not to fear, Best Western, Rama Inn is here ! All was well, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. If Gina is there to keep the breakfast items stocked she'll be sure you find the best breakfast Rama can provide.

Not bad but not good either. Room was nice size for price. Housekeeping needs some attention. The carpet in the hallways were dirty the 5 days we were there. New carpet but they need to be vacuumed daily. The breakfast needs more attention. They would run out of different items all the time and you would need to ask to get it replenished. They kept a lady there to monitor but unless you asked forget it. One day they closed down the Breakfast at 9:50am, ten minutes before the scheduled 10:00am and people were still coming in. And they did not replenish anything just before that as the lady told us she was letting it run out so she could close it down. Not very professional. I found the room to be clean and spacious. The help they had there was friendly but only went thru the motions. Everyone was very nice and friendly. But did just the minimum. I would not stay at this hotel again and would give it a two star but the room was nice. The day we checked out, we had no WiFi. Only hotel I ever had this happen. I wanted to get on the internet before we left but no, as the access code would not work. I think this is very cheap on their part. I suppose I could have gone to the front desk and they could have allowed me,but why should I have to ask? You could hear the TV's in the rooms as you walked down the hallway. So not that quiet but it was not loud Thank goodness. We were not next to the ice machine and grateful for that.

This hotel was clean, and the staff was great!! From checking in for 5 rooms to check out everything was smooth. Meal area was nice, stocked and fresh. It was nice to have microwave and fridge in all our rooms.

I made reservation the day before the trip - the "new girl" mistakenly made the reservation for month of August. DOUBLE CHECK to be sure the "new girl" doesn't mess up your reservation dates! Pleasant stay when I finally got a room!!!!

I very much like staying here when I'm in the area. The many new restaurants in Redmond make this a excellent spot. Bend is close, Eagle Crest is right up the road. Juniper and the Greens at Redmond is also close. With the Brick House and Diego's, Downtown Redmond, and Madaline's Diego's sister restaurant on 97, there are plenty of food options. Great Staff, easy access off 97. It's my go to in central Oregon.

I stay here frequently for time off from my 24/7 job. I chose this motel over all others offered in this area. I have stayed in a few cheaper ones but, you definately get what you pay for. I love this place and highly recommend it!!! From friendly staff to excellent rooms!!! Always an awesome experience!!! God Bless this place!!

This property was a pleasant stop after a long hot day of driving. The check-in procedure was friendly and quickly done. The room was clean and, on this hot day, already cool. Many motels these days leave the HVAC turned off until the guest arrives. That means in the winter the room is cold and on a hot summer day, it is hot. That was not the case with this property. The motel is in the process of refurbishing its facilities. Apparently, some rooms are completed and others are not. Our room was obviously not recently refurbished. Although clean and neat, it showed quite a bit of wear. When making our reservation for a room in this motel on the Internet, there was no difference in the rate quoted for refurbished vs. non-refurbished rooms. That is to be expected with Internet registration, however, it seems that it would have been a good business practice for the check-in process to offer a reduced rate for rooms that had not been refurbished. This was not done and, since this is a Best Western "Plus" property the room rate was a bit high for a room showing considerable wear and tear. The biggest annoyance was in the process of locating the facility. The instructions provided are accurate, but the lack of signage at critical points in the approach to the property was very frustrating. First, this property does not display the standard logo--blue background with yellow "Best Western" printing. Instead, the sign on the property is on a beige background. Secondly, when approaching from the north on Highway 97, there is no sign on that highway to announce the approach to the property. The instructions provided do indicate a right turn on Odem Meadow Rd., but the next turn onto SW 17th Pl. is very hard to find. SW 17th Pl. looks like an entry to a shopping center, so we missed it completely. After a number of false turns and finally going back to the intersection of Hwy. 97 and Odem Meadow Rd. we finally spotted the Best Western building and managed to navigate to the facility. The breakfast offered the next morning was the most complete I've seen in any motel recently. The dining room was large and well appointed.

We thought the breakfast was excellent and one of the best we've had at a Best Western Plus stay. The room was fine. The heating/air conditioning was very efficient. There were two phones in the room, and only one worked. The bedside phone was inoperable. The receptionist that we reported this to was not concerned and said we had another phone on the desk. Another receptionist wrote down the problem to get fixed when we left.

Memorial Day weekend so everything was booked and we paid 175.00 which was pricey but other similar hotel were from 200-300. Was very happy with the room clean up to date, flat screen, fridge and microwave. Fast food and restaraunt within walking distance. No problem with parking spaces. Needed to wash my sons uniform, laundry room clean. Had one washing machine and dryer 1.50 to use. It was available and very clean. Free breakfast and it was great. Hostess was very nice and alvailable if you needed anything. They had bacon,sausages, scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, pancake and waffle maker, potatoes, yogurt cereal bagels bananas , pastries. Even gluten free foods. It was a busy weekend and plenty of room to sit and not overly crowded. Front desk when we arrived at 11 was not friendly nor helpful. We went back at 2 and new front desk and they were very friendly and helpful. Downside the jacuzzi was not working .

I've been all around the world and stayed in motels and 5 Star Hotels. The Best Western Rama in Redmond, Oregon is a gem. Rooms are tastefully decorated. The parking lot and grounds are immaculate. Everything works(!) as in A/C, high-speed internet wi-fi and all amenities. The complimentary breakfast is great quality buffet including scrambled eggs, sausages, omelettes, waffles, juices, coffees, cereals . . . it's huge! But the best part is the staff. They are friendly and professional and honestly, they were super kind to my elderly mother. I love this hotel. It's not a motel, it's a full on lovely hotel. I will never stay anyplace else when I visit Central Oregon. Five Stars! Thank you.

Excellent location in central Redmond, Or. Service is excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Good quality breakfast and they provided extra coffee for my room at my request. We only stay at Best Western and have earned enough points to get nights free.

This was a nice place to stay would stay again but when full service is not available ( hot tub out of service ) a reduced charge should be offered. Staff were pleasant , liked the road condition info. offered on tv in cafeteria

After checking in the clerk offered to tape my receipt to my door or I could come back and pick it up, I told her she could tape it to the door. By the next morning there still was not a receipt on the door so I went to the desk and asked for it, the clerk who was different, her name was Amy, told me they didn't do that sort of thing... then said nothing, I asked if I could get my receipt and she was very rude and printed it for me and read it before she handed it to me, I told her how much it should be and she told me she was just checking to see why there was a one cent charge and just handed it to me, very poor customer service on her part. She must be who checked us in when we stayed here I believe three yrs ago. The room seemed clean but my daughter who cleans for a living noticed the door knobs and faucets hadn't been wiped down, I would not have noticed that myself.

Lobby and common areas were great but the actual rooms were in very poor condition. The need to be gutted and fixed up. The staff was good and professional but the rooms do not come up the Best Western Plus standards, in my opinion.

We have stayed at the Best Western Plus Rama Inn many times over the past 5 years. Each time, we have had an excellent stay. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast has many options to choose from. Over the years since we started staying here, they have added an elevator, expanded the breakfast choices, and kept up with all the maintenance things that a hotel requires. The outside has been painted, and the lobby and rooms themselves have been updated with new furniture and carpet. We highly recommend this Best Western to those wishing to stay in the Redmond/Bend area. Keep in mind there are no Best Westerns in Bend itself. Redmond is only 15-20 minutes from Bend and Sisters, as well.

I had a great experience while staying the week at the Best Western Rama. Very professional and friendly staff. There was an incident the first night I was checking in and the lady dealt with it in a very professional manner. Will definitely stay there again if need to stay at a hotel. Would for sure recommend staying at this one.

I try to stay at the Best Western Rama when I am out of town because I know I can get excellent service and accommodations at a competitive price. The friendly Service, excellent breakfast, fast internet, and pool facilities make it worth the stay.

Clean rooms, convenient location and a very friendly, helpful staff. My stay was very enjoyable. They have a nice indoor pool and hot tub and offered a very nice continental breakfast every morning. Their internet was high speed and I had no problems logging on or staying logged on. The hotels location is nice, you are in walking distance of a fast food restaurant or a cafe.

At $125 for a queen, we felt that the room was a little pricey...maybe we're just not good shoppers or maybe Redmond is a more expensive area. However, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was quite generous. Interestingly, when we asked the night staff what made it a Best Western Plus, we were told that the elevator made it a "Plus."

The new paint scheme made it a bit hard for us to locate the hotel at first. Very centrally located off Highway. Nice room and ammenities. Decent breakfast. Great parking lot (we had a trailer). Pool was well used (not us - too many folks). Fitness center was enough. Water is next rooms was very loud when first turning on, then quited some.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and it never disappoints us. Front desk Rocio, was awesome, Very friendly, helpful and accommodating!!! We were able to get a junior suite, which was very nice and roomy. Truly wish that you would get back the YAM brand yogurt.....best yogurt ever!! We will be back in the near future.

I've stayed at this property several times. It is always clean, well-run, and very comfortable with pleasant and helpful staff. Location is great - very near the Expo Center (but nothing is that far in Redmond!) The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I didn't use most of the amenities (pool, hot tub or fitness center) so I can't comment on those. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and great toppings for oatmeal and waffles, plus eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, breads, and pastries. I appreciate knowing that there is a nice place to stay when I'm in Bend/Redmond.

I've stayed at the BW Rama Inn in Redmond three times so far this year. Although it is right on Hwy 97 it is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are a nice size,are nicely finished and are really clean. Internet works really well. The beds are really comfortable and I have had a solid sleep each time I have stayed there. The breakfast has more variety than most and is of good quality, although the eggs were a little rubbery this time! Good coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

An air-conditioned van would have been better as a shuttle than a cramped taxi that didn't have enough room for my luggage and those who I was traveling with. I was traveling with two other associates and only one taxi was called to shuttle us and all of our luggage to the airport.

This is a very clean, updated hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The only problem that we had was with the bed! It was very hard and seemed to be in need of replacement. The breakfast was very good. The gym was good as well.

I highly recommend this facility. It was very clean and the gal who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. As a woman travelling alone for business, I felt very comfortable here and very secure. They have a very nice breakfast that opens at 6:00 a.m. which worked out good for me so I could grab a bite before getting to my very early meeting.

I was really comfortable and satisfied with the value, location and cleanliness of the room (237), however there were two issues that reared their heads. One was that fact that the internet kept going to foreign websites like Russian and German Google. The other issue was that there was no table in the room to set things on. I had to use my second bed. Bummer because paperwork, pizza....everything had to be set there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back soon and highly recommend that you stay here if in town.

This location was in the area I wanted to be and I was preferring to stay at a Best Western. I like the combination of quality and price. A plus with this location was the above average quality of the breakfast that comes with the room. I didn't take the opportunity to use the Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, nor Pool, though saw the Pool in use and it looked very nice.

i recommend this motel. it was clean, quiet and the staff where great! who could ask for anything else. i would also suggest you try there waffles for breakfast they where great! so i have to lengthen this to 200

I have stayed at the property several times for business and pleasure. The staff is always helpful, polite, and kind. They have been great every time. The property is located right on off Hwy 97 and there are several fast food and good places to eat within a few miles.

I cannot say enough good things about the comfort level and cleanliness of this hotel. Great breakfast items, vast majority of goodies. They even have fresh berries for your cereal toppings. Great coffee too. Very comfortable bed and lots of plush pillows. Clean workout room with good machines.

My travel buddy said Best Western is always clean and their breakfast is the best. So true. Great advice. Left refreshed and full at 0800 and didn't have to eat again until dinner time. Spacious bath, clean pool and spa.

Very nice hotel, lots of amenities. Full breakfast, clean room, and swimming pool and exercise room. The only reason I did not give five stars was due to the condition of the pool and spa. I thought both could have been cleaner, but it could have been due to many guests using it that evening.

During our stay at this establishment a lead assistant and a manger handled themselves extremely poorly. They were involved in a conflict which lead to very disappointed children and adults. The management needs to be retrained in customer service and not yell and have attitude with guest. They truly do not know how to run a business and should be reprimanded for their outrageous behavior. We did not even get an apology for staff behavior and the inconvenience that the hotel management caused numerous guest.Once confronted the management even lied to our family, then tried to cover her lie because she knew she was 100% wrong!! Not all staff conducted themselves in this way morning kitchen staff that helped in the breakfast area were very helpful,polite and kind. However even the morning manager was rude and condescending. We come to this hotel every year and book around 5-10 rooms. We will never stay with with Establishment again. I want them to apologize to everyone who has had to be inconvenienced by this staff. This type of poor management reflects Best Western as a whole, and needs to be addressed immediately!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make us comfortable. The pool was warm in spite of the freezing temperatures. The room was clean, furniture comfortable. The breakfast was very good - there was a nice variety of the usual cereal/ waffle/ scrambled egg/ breakfast meat items, and individually wrapped Tillamook cheese, vanilla Greek yogurt, and even an oatmeal bar with lots of toppings. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I really love this motel. It is close to the theater, Bi-mart, Shari's Restaurant and several other stores. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They also have a wonderful breakfast. If you have a chance, stay here.

Everything was as expected. Very nice breakfast. Pillows were too big. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this location and I would stay here again in the future. I would bring my own pillow though.

I needed a hotel for one night, called to book it while enroute to it. The receptionist took the reservation over the phone pretty quickly with no issue. When I got there my room was ready and clean. Included hotel breakfast was great. Overall, the room, breakfast and staff were great.

Great Hotel, friendly staff. Too much chlorine in the pool but helpful staff working on it. Rooms are very clean as well as the entire building. Great breakfast!! Very nice large pool and hot tub. I plan on coming back whenever I come to visit the family I have nearby.

The room and breakfast was very good but the walls are thin so we kept hearing doors opening and closing. And walking in the hallway. I live in the country so that maybe why I noticed it so much. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and professional and the room and bathroom very clean and nice.

We had driven about 9 1/2 hrs on this day and was ready to settle in for the night. We made out choice of this Best Western through reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. We were here for one night only to meet up with long time friends. This hotel was clean, comfortable and close to shopping centers and restaurants. If we visit this area again we would stay here. The staff was so helpful at checkout to inquire of our destination and then shared with us a wonderful scenic by-pass that we might want to take. She not only told us about it but printed out a map, and called to make sure road was open for the day. This by-pass was one of the prettiest drives we had during our whole trip ! Their customer service here is great !

Our first here. The service staff is very friendly and talkative! The rooms and property are nice and getting better as they are renovating the property. The breakfast is great and not overcrowded. The fitness is actually decent with a good weight machine. The location is ok and right off of Highway 97. We would stay here again! This will be a 5 once renovations are complete!

Good place, comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Restaurants close by, close to airport, free shuttle even at 5AM. Safe area close to shopping and downtown Redmond. Will stay there the next time I am in the area.

We only stay here when in Redmond, which is 3 or 4 times a year. The staff is always friendly. They have a breakfast with a good selection of food. Our other favorite thing about them is their location. Within walking distance is a 24 hour restaurant, a Burger King, a Bi-mart, and a grocery store. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is always hot. The beds are comfortable and actual queens, unlike some of the other hotels we've stayed at that only have doubles. They give you plenty of pillows and the blankets are warm. I also like the fact that they have microwaves and fridges in every room. The only complaint I ever have is the amount of outlets in the room. There's only 3 or 4 accessible.

It is a lovely hotel, nicely situated and easy to get to. The Hotel is clean, nicely decorated and the staff are friendly and helpful, They have and in door pool and spa. They offer a delicious and full breakfast with a generous array of items to choose. We had a comfortable nights sleep in a clean room. We plan to return to this same hotel on our way back home. This is a very nice place to stay.

I can't say enough about how much better this motel is than other so-called motels we've stayed at. Everything is top notch. The staff, the rooms, the service, the quality of the fixtures and amenities. And it doesn't cost any more than some of the flea bag motels. Get a suite for a few dollars more if you can afford it. It has a bar sink, two flat screen TVs, two areas. The towels are 100% ring spun cotton. The rooms don't smell. They are quiet.

I must say that this by far had the best breakfast we have ever experienced. Very clean rooms and very helpful staff! My husband and I travel all over the world - we always stay in Best Western hotels. This has become my favorite!

My daughter had to be in Redmond on business and asked me to make the trip with her. We were very pleased with our stay here. Everything was very clean and well-supplied; the beds were great! Staff was friendly and efficient. I brought some paperwork to do while she was in her meeting all day. I was glad to see the room had a desk by the window with a comfortable desk chair. Perfect for what I needed and they let me use the room for an extra hour. Then I was able to move across the street to Shari's Restaurant for lunch and finish my work before I explored the town. The facilities were very nice, but lacked one important thing for us. The only electric outlets by the bed were on the side walls on the opposite side of the beds from the center night stand where our CPAP machines had to sit. There were also few outlets for recharging electronic devices... which did need to be recharged after we took advantage of the free wifi. We would gladly stay here again but will plan to bring some extension cords.

good budget hotel for family - one of the better ones - nice clean pool/spa with warm clear water - good location for shopping and restaurants if you need them... oh yeah, the room was very quiet. The only noise we heard from outside was when we opened the window for fresh air

All around great place to stay. Very comfortable and convenient. Great for business of pleasure. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was good. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone. I enjoy clean rooms, great hospitality and a good breakfast and here you get all of that and more.

We were with the Deer Widows golf tournament. Several of us stayed at this hotel. We were very impressed with the accommodations and the extensive breakfast choices. Also, the staff was very attentive and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If we were given a room away from the street noise, I'd rate this hotel to a very good level. Unfortunately, the room we stayed took our enthusiasm. When we checked in, it seemed the front desk lady was not in a good mood; she didn't care for her guests (me and my husband). However, when we checked out, the front desk agent was kind.

We stayed here twice on our vacation. Great hotel. Breakfast the best one of all. I don't do muffins, waffles, biscuits or gravy. This hotel had Greek yogurt and actual fresh fruit! Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries! Plus seeds and nuts and dried fruits. For me was terrific and a reason enough to return. The pool was great, the people awesome. Recommended for sure

The best Best Western we have ever stayed at in any state. The people are very nice & helpful. The breakfast is wonderful, and it's right off the main highway which make it nice to get right on & off. This is a very quite motel, we didn't hear a thing. We will stay at this Best Western the next time we're in town & will tell our friends about it also.

My husband and I chose to stay in Redmond to break up our trip to the coast. The staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. The room was very nice and clean and equipped with the essential toiletries and microwave and refrigerator. There is not one thing that I can think of that they could have improved to make our stay more comfortable.
