Best Western Plus Cold Spring

The best front reception service I encountered in the US. Greeted with a warm welcome. Check-in and check-out experience was fantastic. Hotel is a little dated, but rooms are really spacious, beds are comfortable, and the place just has a really nice vibe about it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

We have traveled a lot recently and this was the nicest best western we have experienced. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was in great condition and just what we needed. One of the nicest things about this hotel is its location. It is a great spot to access all of the sites the Plymouth Massachusetts has to offer.

I was raised just up the street from the Cold Spring Motel which at the time (50 years ago) was NOT a place one would want to stay. I returned to visit family 50 years later to find an establishment that was First Class - beautifully located not far from the town center and the water front, it was like an oasis away from the crowds just down the street - the grounds and gardens inviting and relaxing - BRAVO

Always a pleasure to stay at Best Western Plus Cold Spring. We visit family every year and always stay here. The staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast is awesome and very varied. The entire property is extremely clean. We love it there!

I have been here 3 times in the last 5 years, and have always been very happy with the cleanliness of my room, the upkeep of the grounds, and (my favorite part) the pool and pool area. The motel is just outside of downtown Plymouth, but just far enough away that it feels like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Staff have always been professional and helpful. Highly recommend this motel.

The motel was clean motel and a short walk to waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store across the street. The breakfast was pretty decent too. A nice shared balcony with rocking chairs.

I heard many compliments from our ladies in our Bible study retreat that went with us to this hotel. It was clean, and it was convenient. It was nice to have the breakfast available in the mornings. We did not use, but they did have available a pool and a fitness center so that was also nice. If we come back to the area we would use this hotel again

Stayed 4 nights for family trip. Was very pleased all around. It is your typically best western chain so wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel. Rooms were good size and very clean. Motel grounds were well kept and close to town and small family beach. Beds were comfortable. Staff do a great job we're very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and return.

Okay well this was my 3rd time there and it was still a very nice stay. Any issue we had was taken care of very quickly. They have a pool but we didn't try that this year. Try their complimentary breakfast buffet served starting at 7:00 AM everyday. It's excellent. They have everything from egg omelets to a make your own waffle maker to excellent coffee. Here's another tip--they are a 1/2 mile away from the Plymouth waterfront so really if you wanted to, you could leave your car at the hotel and take a 15-minute walk to the waterfront. Good job Best Western! Keep up the good work.

This has been our go to place for quite a while. When under renovation we were switched to another nearby hotel that we would not stay at again. This hotel is convenient, quiet and very clean. Would definitely recommend it.

Spent one night, maybe 10 hours here, and were glad we were leaving early am! Stayed at BW many times as a kid, but the clearly are not keeping up with the times. The best part was, we checked into a "deluxe" queen. Wonder what the non "deluxe" room was like! The good: The staff was nice, check-in was smooth The bad: The room smelled like urine and or clams / fish The sink in the room would not drain Hair was found in the tub from a prior guest Would I stay here again? No, thank you.

Hotel has a good location, it's a ten minute walk to the main attractions. The room was comfortable but dated, dark, with a musty smell and flies coming out of the sink. Breakfast was ok with a variety of food. The WiFi signal was terrible . The staff was pleasant. The rate of the hotel is too high for the condition of the room.

We spent two nights in Plymouth before leaving for Manchester New Hampshire. Everything was of top standard, the decor throughout was so clean and well maintained. Mark at the front desk was exceptional at check in and also Rob who made the initial reservation which made our stay most memorable. The King Suite was very spacious, the jacuzzi tub was awesome. and the breakfast bar was superb. Great location short walk to downtown Plymouth shops and restaurant. I highly recommend planning your next trip to Plymouth and enjoying your comfy stay at Best western Cold Springs.

We have visited Plymouth for the past 20 years seeing family in the area. The majority of the time we have stayed at this Best Western. Location is great. But everything else is starting to slowly go downhill. If things do not turn around, this will not be a great place to stay within the next couple years. Breakfast quality is not what it used to be. I know - free breakfast what do you expect? I except the same quality they had for the last 15 years. They no longer use real dishes , hot food selection lacks quality taste , small cereal selection and fridge with milk and yogurt didn't seem cold enough. Coffee - maybe that most important and should be the simplest to please … if only they had some flavored creamers, otherwise good. The outside of the buildings are starting to show wear and tear. The second floor Trex decking and white rocking chairs are all in need to a cleaning. Very grimy. Outside trash cans were overflowing too many times. Needed to be changed more often. The dumpster area is filthy. The room - overall meh - Again, I see a slow decline. Pillows look fluffy, but after a few minutes are completely flat. Trim in room was loosely hanging. Good shower pressure! The towels though - horrible!!!! It was like drying with large sheets of sandpaper. You can tell these towels are probably the same ones they have been using for way too long. Couple signs of stains on comforter - but sheets were clean. Wifi was less than desirable. We had our Apple TV hooked up and signal dropped too many times. Bottom line - no longer worth the money they are charging. Would rather stay a little out of town at Holiday Inn or Hilton - better value for money spent.

Loved my one night here for visiting the lovely town of Plymouth. Friendly customer service, great room with amenities like fridge/microwave, and great breakfast. Location is right on main road I took out of Boston and is nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Also very affordable compared to staying in downtown Boston the rest of my trip!

This hotel has very nice rooms large and clean. The grounds are exceptionally lovely. A full breaks fast is offered. The location can't be beat. A stones throw to the waterfront and downtown court street. Convenient to get to the highways also.

Nice hotel in historic Plymouth. We used it for at day to see Mayflower, museum and the rock and Plimoth Patuxet. The other say we used to see Cape Cod. Nice big very big rooms, hot breakfast, and about a mile from city centre. Good value for the price. We have the days before paid 3 times the price in White mountains

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The grounds and structure were charming and relaxing. It was centrally located, so we could walk to most attractions. There was a great selection for breakfast and the breakfast hostess always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation, giving us a great start to our day.

We were in town for a wedding in nearby Kingston, MA. We were given the option of 3 hotels, and chose the Best Western in Plymouth, as we are Best Western members. We were very glad we chose wisely. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and did not miss any opportunity to say hello and ask how our stay was going. Short 14 minute walk to all of the tourist attractions (Plymouth Rock, Mayflower) as well as numerous shops and restaurants on and a block from the waterfront. This eliminated the need to drive and try to find parking, always a plus in my book. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, while I chose to sleep in and go for coffee later in the mornings. The WiFi was fast and easy to access. TV had many HBO channels without ads, when we retired to our room. Their was also a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, useful for longer stays and to keep beverages cold. Bottom line, we would absolutely return to this hotel, and highly recommend it.

This hotel was very well kept from the grounds to the lobby to the rooms. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond. Would stay here again. It was a short walk to the Main Street. The beds were very comfortable.

Great stay...room was clean and safe. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. Breakfast was a great value. Brenda made everyone feel welcome and at home. The maintenance staff were friendly and professional and responsive to requests for assistance. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Our two-night stay at this Best Western was outstanding! Normally I don't like motels where all room entrances are outside. However this area was so nice and beautifully maintained. Parking was away from the busy street. The people were wonderful! The breakfast food was pretty average but the eating area was exceptionally clean and well attended. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I was impressed!

I paid over $300 for 1 night to upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi worked once and then kept malfunctioning and had to be disabled. Towels were dirty and lots of spiders in the room. Otherwise clean and convenient location.

Cute hotel/motel only 1 mile from the heart of Plymouth (harbor, Rock and Mayflower replica). We walked downtown. The king size bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was good. They have a waffle maker too. Pool was still open, but it was a little chilly to go in by the time we arrived.

This hotel was very clean and modern. My wife and I would stay here again. The breakfast was good and they had healthy options. The hotel was easy walking distance to downtown Plymouth. We were there for only one night but wished other places we stayed on this trip were as nice.

Hotel is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of downtown and all the tourist attractions. This is our second stay, both times in room 56. The room was extremely clean and the beds were heavenly - SUPER comfortable. (Many hotels feature ROCK HARD mattresses, but this place features fantastically soft-yet-supportive beds.) The breakfast is good, with some hot items (eggs, sausages, make-your-own waffles), along with standards like toast, English Muffins, pastries, yogurt. Nice area for eating, including an outdoor option. Check-in was easy and check-out even easier. We love this hotel and will be back again.

Really pleased with this hotel. Only ten mins walk to sea and restaurants. Nice breakfast. Lovely outside pool. All good . Would definitely recommend. Room was comfortable if not ultra modern. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Towels provided

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast area was nicely kept with items. The location was in a non busy area of Plymouth. The breakfast attendant was very nice and went out of her way to assist patrons. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best place we stayed in on our recent trip, but as luck would have it, it was the shortest stay. An hour long wait on Thrifty car rental, kept us from getting there until very late. Clean, comfortable, quiet what more can you say. Beautiful place to wake up in the morning and very good, well attended breakfast got us on our way in a great mood.

We stay here every September to visit family nearby. We are always welcomed sincerely and the staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are roomy and clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Rooms were a little aged, just could use a little remodel and would be a solid five star for me. Love the staff, facility layout was great, and as always the breakfast spread was awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience, staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean. Pool is heated and clean and open late. Breakfast ready right at 7 with a good variety. Close walk to a bunch of good restaurants. All in all, it's a good place to stay.

Our only complaint was that our room smell the bit musty the bed was a little Damp feeling and are close felt like that as well. Our room was all the way up at the top by the pool. The pool looked very nice but we never got a chance to go in it.The staff was very friendly coming in and going. The price was pretty average for one night stay. The breakfast a lot to choose from. The breakfast lady that was there the days we were there it was very friendly we got to talk to her and joke around.

My husband and I stayed one night mid week, and hotel is very nice. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean and perfect for us for one night. The grounds are very pretty and show pride of ownership. The breakfast room with complimentary breakfast was very nice and so clean. The walk to the waterfront for dinner was about 10 minutes and an easy walk. We will definitely return to this Best Western for our next Plymouth getaway.

Totally awful experience! The room was dark , shabby and very smelly . The breakfast was a horrific mixture of throw away convenience food . The price was extremely high for the product. The people were nice , it is not their fault . The pool was fine , the gardens were lovely .. I spent all night outside on a chair. Excuse the smell and ageing AC made me feel sick .

5th year anniversary with my wife had a very nice room with jet tub an fire places room was very clean an cozy staff was amazing an very attentive to everything on property and very helpful definitely will say again thank you

We had a very good experience staying at the Best Western Plus . It's clean and the service is absolutely satisfying and welcoming. A parking place right in front of the guest rooms, laundry machine and a dryer (it was very helpful since we didn't carry big suitcases, but only trolleys) Location was great. We could take walks to the bay

Staff at reception was very polite and helpful. The deluxe double queen room was very spacious. Parking was easy. Location is good. Walkable to waterfront if you can handle a few blocks. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a really great option. Its a little off the beaten path but close enough to the beach and downtown. Plymouth has a free 5 seater shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel. The beach is at the bottem of the hill maybe 1/4 mile. It had plenty of parking but is also walkable. The beach park has a splach park and great playground. This hotel has a nice pool, great breakfast and friendly staff,

It seems hard to find good customer service these days. So when arrived at the hotel and found how great the customer service was there I was super excited. Everyone was supper nice and helpful from the front desk, breakfast attendants, and house cleaning. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable to be there. The rooms had a mini fridge and microwave which was great to keep and reheat out delicious left overs. we came for a wedding and also to explore Plymouth for a few days. the room had the bathroom and a get ready area with lots of mirrors which really helped us out as 3 adults got ready for the wedding. Only thing that was weird is a musty smell when you entered the room. but after being in the room for 5 minutes I couldn't notice it anymore.

A great hotel for families looking to be in Plymouth and have an outdoor pool and walking distance to Nelson Park. Having breakfast included is a plus and a very friendly helpful staff makes it even better.

Beautiful place, landscaping is pristine, views of the town are magnificent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hearty and good. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. We spent two nights here while we toured historic Plymouth. The hotel is close to the center of town, by car, and the grounds are amazing - so beautifully landscaped and maintained. (We didn't use the pool.) The included breakfast was average for a hotel stay. Very quiet and comfortable roadside hotel.

We had just a one night stay, but it was a great...and well worth the choice! The motel/hotel is in a great location, situated on beautiful landscaped grounds! The bedding was very comfortable, and the desk clerks were very, very pleasant, particularly Rob who was on duty the morning of our departure. Rob, is a 'classy, thoughtful, and kind gentleman! When we were initially deciding where to stay in Plymouth, we were most impressed with the many, many wonderful comments by other past guests...who highly commended the staff in how professional and helpful they were. So, we want to add our same accolades to even the maids and others behind the scenes...to make our resting place such a 'reward'!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

Room was very musty strange odor. Was attempting to finish a business call so asked for a late check out and was told he could give me 15 minutes. ( Hotel was 30% full ) Watched cleaning staff change out my room in less than 10 minutes so clearly they are doing the minimum. On a positive note the desk manager when we arrived was very pleasant. On a negative note the have a guard/ Helper in the breakfast room that constantly stares at you and what you eat to the point that its creepy.

The location is beautiful, the building fits perfectly into the Plymouth aesthetic. My only complaint is that at 8:30am the cleaning staff knocked once (I replied with ‘hello?' as it was early and I wasn't expecting visitors 6 hours away from home) then used their key card to attempt to enter my room. Thankfully I had the chain lock on and they were unable to fully open the door. Very unimpressed.

The Best Western in Plymouth has always been our go-to when visiting family in the area. We have always found it to be very clean and in a quiet area. The gentleman at the desk and the ladies tending breakfast are very professional and personable.

This property does a wonderful job of making your stay comfortable and pleasant. Everything is VERY clean and attractive with extras like comfortable chairs and a table. Since I often do knitting or needlework I appreciate the number of lights provided INCLUDING a floor lamp.

This is a very nice hotel. The exterior and grounds are extremely well kept. The rooms are well laid out and clean, comfortable beds. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The proximity to downtown Plymouth is good, about a 10 minute walk.

We have been staying at the Best Western Cold Spring regularly over the last few years and always find it friendly, comfortable and highly quality. We highly recommend it! We love it's close proximity to our son's home, the Plymouth waterfront and area beaches. It is a win-win for us!

It is close - within walking distance - to downtown and the waterfront. It has a lovely outdoor pool and places to sit in the shade and the grounds are well kept and pretty. We were only there to sleep for two nights and were out every day so are experience is with the hotel is limited.

The location is great! It's walking distance to the shore and great shops and sights. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a luxury resort, but was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

We just stayed at this Best Western Plus for two nights while we were in town for a wedding. The location was great -- you can walk to Plymouth Rock from here, as well as a lot of nice restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious -- some hot food (eggs, sausage, bacon), as well as cereal, yogurts, bagels, muffins, bananas, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when back in the area!

My daughter and I stayed one night, breaking up our drive home from a few days in Provincetown. We were very pleased with the hotel. When we arrived, they advised us that they had upgraded us from a standard to a deluxe (slightly larger) room, which was a great surprise. The room was large, the beds comfortable (pillow-top, not ROCK hard) and everything was exceptionally clean. The location is walking distance to everything, which is perfect. A nice selection of toiletry items is provided. The room had plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging electronics. Free Wi-Fi was available. We didn't use the pool, but did enjoy the really great breakfast (included) which had a variety of hot and cold items. The cheese-stuffed eggs were delicious. I used them, along with a sausage patty and English muffin, to make a breakfast sandwich. We plan to return to Plymouth again next year and will stay here again.

Beware! Very poor refund policy. Was scheduled to stay on September 17, 2021. Whale/ shark watching trip was canceled and Best Western would not refund the charges that I had paid more than 2 months ago. Only hotel I have ever had that charged my credit card before I stayed. Person that I spoke with requesting a refund was rude.

My wife and I spent a week in one of the standard rooms. Perhaps it's the seaside proximity but the air in the room is always humid no matter how much you run the AC. The property is nice and you can walk to town or the wharf. But after a week the room starts feeling cramped. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge and microwave were handy. We use the guest laundry which worked fine. Breakfast was adequate. Overall I thought the price was rather high for what you get, but then again it's all about location and demand.

Most motels have a relatively tacky feel to them. But the best western at cold Spring is remarkable in the way it is chiseled into the hillside with beautiful trees and a quaint feel. Lovely pool and much appreciated free breakfast! Well recommended!

Good location. Friendly front desk staff. Ok breakfast. My first night the room was dirty, stained carpet; front desk switched me to another room the following day. One bed smelled. . Breakfast was ok nothing special. Overall I think is a glorified motel. Too pricey for what you get.

We chose this hotel, based on the many positive reviews, but our experience was not at all positive. We booked the two queen suite, with the separate pull out couch area. We were placed in Room 65. Upon arrival, the room had a strong musty smell and a damp feel. The cleaning staff had left the windows open prior to our arrival, so it's clear they know about the odor. We ran the AC for hours while we were out and about, but the smell never dissipated. Our teen wasn't able to sleep on the pull out couch because it was so creaky and uncomfortable. In addition, there were several bugs in our room and the room in general was extremely worn and not very clean. We were all feeling so sick from the smell that we ended up getting up at 6am and packing to leave early, just to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I can't understand how the hotel management is not addressing this issue. There were some reviews that referenced this musty smell issue, but I thought it might just be a fluke. They clearly know about it and the only mitigation strategy they are using is leaving a window cracked. Not acceptable.

Walking distance to everything in town, no need to bring car down and park. Room large, a bit dark, needed lamps on. Bathroom new, nice shower. We would come back here next time in the area, so much to explore.

We loved this special property! The location is perfect, right on 3A but you walk out the door and the ocean is a short walk away. You can walk to the Mayflower II and the harbor and all of the restaurants. It's a beautiful, charming historic area with many old houses and buildings. The property is well maintained and the landscaped grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was the usual but I appreciate that they do offer an egg and a protein option daily. We did use the pool and the pool are is tucked away from the road surrounded by more attractive landscaping.

Great experience! The rooms were CLEAN, employees were welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfectly situated close to the heart of the town. We booked a suite, which ended up being worth every penny for our family of 4. We brought some lawn chairs to enjoy the front patio outside of our room each evening. We saw the pool, didn't utilize it, but it looked nice, and the staff told us it was heated. We booked this on a whim, and we would definitely book here again if we return to Plymouth.

We were in Plymouth for one week and feel we picked the best place for us to stay. It is close to everything and right off what was the main road. It was not in the middle of everything, which is what we first looked for, but it is very close to everything. It is small and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly and the food was great! The rooms were basic and very clean. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again and refer others here.

This place exceeded our expectations. Staff, location, services were excellent. Real close to all the cool places in Plymouth, but just outside the crowded areas. Within walking distance to the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

My vacation was great. They had a good selection of breakfast foods every morning. There Pool was fantastic. I spent time at the pool everyday. The staff was friendly and I will be staying there again in the future.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our sight-seeing plans. The property including the outdoor pool was beautiful and very well maintained. The superior king room felt comfortable and private. The service we received at check-in and breakfast was above and beyond what we've experienced at other hotels.

We stayed here on a trip to Plymouth and were very happy with the hotel, it exceeded all of our expectations. The location is great, close enough to everything but less traffic compared to a location a block or so closer to the center of town. It's a six minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to restaurants. The room (2 queen suite) was huge, you actually got two rooms, so an actual suite. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They even offered on demand housekeeping service where they would come into your room and make the beds, a rarity during Covid. Breakfast was great and had a decent selection of hot and cold items, plus waffle makers. The only negative was the lousy Wifi, but that can be overlooked because all of the other positives. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Location was great, access to beautiful downtown Plymouth. Room was super nice from bedding to cleanliness, pool was really nice, exterior of buildings and landscaping was also nice. Full hot breakfast was served in morning so nice to have that feature back. But I do have to mention Rob the manager/ front desk gentlemen he truly made the whole experience such a pleasure super nice and knowledgeable of all aspects, we all thought he could be the owner of this location. When our travels takes us back to this area we will be staying at this BW...

Walking distance to Plymouth Center and Waterfront bars and restaurants Good breakfast that's included with the room rate. We experienced 2 relatively minor problems, the base of the toilet was loose and rocked back and forth and the the sink drained slowly.

After reading all of the rave reviews about this particular hotel, I decided to book a room for four nights while visiting family in the area. Pros: The grounds are nice, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Cons: I was booked in Room 14 which had a king bed., small table and chair, fridge and microwave. One curtain had a good size hole in it- and a dark brown stain. (All the curtains looked like they needed to be laundered.) The room also had a stale odor to it - so much so that my daughter commented - saying my clothes smelled like the beach (?) I hadn't been to the beach! The lock on the door didn't instill confidence (one deadbolt, one chain) although I've been told that it met safety standards. Everything in the room looked a bit "tired" and could use an update. It's not an inexpensive hotel - so I just don't feel like I got what I paid for. Maybe I just got an old room???

What a pleasant place to stay in Plymouth! This place is a short half mile or so from downtown and the waterfront. Yet it's location off the road and on a private hillside provides such a peaceful oasis at the end of a busy day. The room was clean and surprisingly roomy, with a view of the ocean in the distance. The pool was right across the parking area from our building. The pool was heated and sunny and large. The kids staying here really seemed to love it. The breakfast buffet was quite generous. All the employees, from the front desk on down were just the nicest. This place is really a gem in an otherwise boisterous resort town. We will gladly stay here again the next time we visit.

We were impressed with the well kept hotel and grounds and it's convenient location in Plymouth. The room was very clean, with plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. The continental breakfast was outstanding and the employees were very polite and helpful!

This is not just a motel on the side of the road. It's a destination in its self. We love staying here. Five years ago we got married at the chapel next door and stayed in a little suite/cottage at the Best Western. It was wonderful. Not only is the staff super friendly, but everything you need is there. We had a hot tub, fridge and microwave in our room. There is a fitness room. They serve a wonderful breakfast. There is a lovely pool. They have lovely seating areas around the property. When we first stayed here for our wedding, many of our family and friends also stayed. It was so fun. Even though it was just my husband and I this time, we still had a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back!!

Kind and helpful service, went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Quiet and yet close to town and centrally located for all our highlight trips around Massachusetts. Breakfast staff was courteous and kind, food was fresh and big assortment of options. Pool was secluded and refreshing.

This hotel was fine. A decent place to spend the night, however, it needs to be updated. The furniture was scratched. The chair in our room had a big hole in it. There was a sticky substance all over the carpet. What makes this a Best Western Plus? I've stayed in regular Best Westerns that were much nicer. They did have great hot breakfast options, but I was pretty underwhelmed by everything else. It was an acceptable place to stay, but based on all of the amazing reviews, it certainly did not meet my expectations.

We stayed here for four nights on a family vacation - very happy with the staff and service! Complimentary breakfast was delicious, setting was quiet and beautiful. The hotel staff offered to heat up the pool for our daughters an extra 5-10° just so they could swim longer on a cool summer evening. AAA discount was an extra perk!

We recently travelled to the Plymouth area for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, but this hotel was in a great area! It's within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The boys enjoyed the fitness center, but didn't use the pool due to the cold and constant rain. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and were quick to offer entertainment options for our group. The rooms were clean, large, and the beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years, in various seasons, and found it clean, quiet and close to everything I was visiting. Would stay again any time. Nice pool for the kids. Just a good family trip or business hotel.

Great location, room and facilities. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have not been disappointed! The room is large and clean, and the breakfast offerings are quite extensive. Definitely a good value all the way around!

This Best Western is located close to all of the historic sites including the Mayflower and downtown Plymouth. Excellent location, friendly helpful staff and clear, well appointed rooms made this a wonderful stay.

We found ths hotel the night before online,we just needed a place to stay on our new england trip.The room was very clean and comfortable. What I thought was cool, was they had rocking chairs on the balcony.This hotel has the perfect location in Plymouth, its close to downtown and all the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to people coming to plymouth. It is definitely worth your money.

Great value and they found a way to work around the COVID problem and provide a nice breakfast under difficult circumstances. We submitted a menu and pickup up a bag with everything we ordered. The room was very nice and the location was very close to the town and attractions.

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip to Plymouth. We picked this hotel based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. I also called ahead of time and asked lots of cleanliness questions. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. When we arrived, he was just as nice. The hotel, grounds and lobby were spotless. Breakfast is still offered but you bring a pre-filled form to the lobby in the morning. They bring all your items out to you in a bag (recommend the breakfast sandwich). The grounds are beautiful and the pool is nice as it is set up on a small hill. The hotel is within walking distance to Nelson Beach, a nice little spot to sit and relax. The waterfront is a short drive from the hotel or you can walk it (maybe about 3/4 of a mile or so). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Appearance and landscaping way beyond what I may have expected. Nice benches outside the rooms. Lobby service was superb. Liked the automatic doors into lobby. Followed all covid requirements. I was extremely happy.

Terrific location, we were checked in immediately upon our arrival, without waiting. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Clean and nice indoor pool, We really enjoyed staying at this hotel!!

My wife and I were very pleased with our room and the service. We had a queen-sized deluxe room which had everything we needed for a 7-day stay. A convenient base for day trips to Cape Cod and Boston area attractions. This multi-building facility is recessed from the road, making it quiet despite being in the city. Within walking distance of the town wharf in Plymouth and a short drive from local shopping centers. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Computer services (including printer access) and other amenities (ice machine, snack vending machines, fitness room, etc.) readily available. Covid-19 protocols strictly observed: Complimentary breakfast takeout from the office 7-10 AM offers good choices. Housekeeping services upon request, but guests must be outside the room when it is being cleaned. Additional room supplies, such as extra coffee pods, toilet paper, etc. available from the office. Room quality: At least one-step up from basic accommodations. Very comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of storage space, (wood hangars!) 2 tables, mini-fridge of adequate size and coffee-maker. Clean, modern bathroom. Separate vanity sink. In-room internet and TV services were good including basic cable and HBO movie channels. Minor complaints: Room air conditioning controlled temperature effectively, but the room felt damp. Some noise heard from adjoining rooms. Overall: Not fancy but very comfortable, at a reasonable price. We would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed here for a last minute mini vacation and it was amazing! The staff is very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and the room was immaculate ! We were even allowed to check in early so that we could enjoy the beautiful salt water pool! The hotel is conveniently located near town so we could walk to the waterfront for dinner but far enough away that it had a peaceful, relaxing vibe! I would definitely stay here again! Big shout out to the amazing staff!

Our stay at this facility was awesome. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and super clean!! The outdoor pool was so relaxing and the perfect temperature. The hotel offered "to go" breakfast due to covid which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this facility!

The property was beautiful and unique with all of the separate rooms. The outdoor pool was well kept and the clincher for me choosing this property given COVID19 and feeling safer outdoors. Its proximity to downtown was great, and the kids' splash pad and playground just down the road were helpful. The Staff were super friendly and helpful in ever way; even remembering to ask how our whale watch was afterward.

Location is perfect to enjoy the best of Plymouth! Seconds from court st shopping and restaurants, stones throw to the water and historical sites. Close to fishing and the beach! Will stay again for the large spotless comfy rooms and beautiful grounds the property is on. Just a fantastic hotel!

I have traveled in a lot of places and stayed in a lot of different hotels along the way, but the Best Western Cold Spring offered an unfortunate first--a carbon monoxide alarm sensor failed on our second night at about 3am, squealing like hells bells and driving us out onto the long breezeway that fronted our room. Because this is a hotel where the front desk essentially shuts down at 11pm, we had to call to round up the on-duty property manager. He arrived swiftly and set to work on the alarm while setting us up in a separate room a couple of doors down. Unfortunately since it was unclear at that time that the alarm was just a sensor, we had to move all our important stuff over to the other room while leaving some of our bags behind in the other. For our trouble we were only comped for a half-night; if there was ever a situation that called for a full comp it seems like this would be it. So why the four-out-of-five then? Because everything else was so great, especially the breakfast which was staffed by the world's friendliest Best Western employees. And while I have found that 90% of Best Westerns don't have close to the capacity they need to seat everyone for breakfast, space here was ample with room to spare. The suite itself was also roomy, with a cute sunken living area where the kids had fun watching TV and eating takeout. This is probably an out-of-the-way location for most people who aren't visiting Plymouth directly, but we found it to be a perfectly convenient spot for two nights halfway between Cape Cod (where we spent the first day) and Boston (where we spent the second).

This one was is a great Best Western. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The location was a bit away from the main tourist area but it was only a few minutes away by car from everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a bit a bit high and a little difficult for me to get in and out of since I'm short, but it was super comfortable. Seating was available outside our room so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the evening.The breakfast was good with a decent variety. The staff members we dealt with were all very nice.

Recommend! Excellent location, beautiful facility, welcoming and restful, full breakfast. We will stay there again. We were upgraded in our room. I left two pairs of boots and the Front desk called to tell me before we had travelled 6 blocks down the street. So appreciate it!

Great find that is walking distance to attractions and downtown shops. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Warm, hospitable staff at reception. Breakfast is complimentary. Free parking is a major plus.

We have been staying at Best Western Coldspring for 20 years. It just gets better and they are always moderninzing and improving although it really is not necessary. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown Plymouth and restaurants. There is a drug store and liquor store conveniently across the street.

We stayed here for two nights during our trip to New England, and were pleased to find an attractive site with a large and comfortable room. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the staff in the breakfast room were on hand to make life as easy and pleasant as possible. There was an issue with a water outage due to some works on site, but this lasted no longer than an hour and was quickly resolved. All in all, a good stay!

The hotel is so close to all the areas you would wish to visit in Plymouth, within easy walking distance of everywhere so the ideal location. The hotel has a nice layout with just 2 floors but individual buildings spread out across the grounds. The room was huge, clean and in very good condition. The breakfast was fine, what you would expect from a Best Western basic but plentiful. The only criticism is that the breakfast room is very small for the size of the hotel and was very crowded. When we arrived there we no seats and several people standing. We found there is a conference room upstairs that can be used as an overflow but carrying your breakfast upstairs wasn't ideal. We would definitely return if we were to go back to Plymouth, MA.

The location of this hotel is easy to access and convenient to historic Plymouth, restaurants, convenience stores, as well as a larger grocery and an office supply business where print services are available. The reason this review is four star rather than five star is because this property is noisy... and not from road noise! My room was on the ground floor. I heard people talking and walking overhead, as well as someone snoring during the night! This seems highly unusual and made for unpleasantness from an otherwise very nice experience.

The Best Western in Plymouth, MA was the most enjoyable place to stay. We felt so relaxed. It was the perfect place to see Boston, Cape Cod, Salem and Newport RI We will definitely stay here in the future

I suppose it would be great to say we stayed in a 200 year old mansion, but short of that, a hotel environment is often essential and this one serves the best there is. Quiet, well located, quality product and service. Well done!

Offers very good breakfast (included in price). More spacious rooms than expected. Heater worked well and was not noisy like some built in room heating units can be. Fairly quite and no noise from the nearby road. Excellent service staff.

Initial impression is very good and a quick and easy check in. The property is very clean and weloming and in excellent condition throughout. Our room was very good with 2 queen beds, all usual facilities and 2 easy chairs and table, all in very good order. There is a very nice pool in the gardens with plenty of sun beds and towels provided. Pool is also heated and very relaxing after a long hot day sightseeing at Plimouth Plantation which is a short drive away. Only improvement would be an in room safe.

This hotel had excellent reviews so it seemed to be the plac3 to stay in Plymouth. It is very near the attractions and an easy walk. The only criticism I have is that our room was meNt to be a deluxe room and as far as space and comfortable bed it was but it was on the ground floor and very dark inside. The plumbing was very noisy and we could here the people above walking around all evening.. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was very fresh.

This place is fantastic. The location is convenient to walking around the downtown and waterfront areas. The pool and pool is beautiful, we spent more time than I can remember enjoying the sun and water. The gym had just the right equipment for getting a good workout, and it was so clean. The whole staff from the front desk, to the maintenance, and breakfast room staff were some of the nicest, and helpful people I've encountered. It put the Best in Best Western.

Cold Spring Best Western in Plymouth Mass is a quaint setting with superb accommodations at a fair price. The bed was so comfy and I appreciated having enough covers to be warm! The shower was amazing! Plenty of hot water and water pressure, large enough for 2 which I like! Super clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at the Best Western Cold Spring for our first night in New England. John in reception was very pleasant and helpful and commiserated with us on our miserable drive out of Boston (lots of traffic and queues - just like the good old M25 in the UK). The room was large and located in a nice private and quiet part of the grounds. The bed was comfortable and the room provided everything that was required. The only down side was the room was a bit dark and gloomy and did not seem to have much natural light getting in. I would stay again however and possibly tray a room that was located somewhere else on the complex.

Used this hotel as a base for our New England holiday. Very central to the beautiful town of Plymouth and a good base for driving to other places around the Cape Cod area. The hotel itself was reasonably priced and was very clean and tidy with good amenities.

Excellent place and location to everything, nicely laid out. Rooms and property well kept, friendly staff who were very knowledgeable . My wife and I had an amazing time here. Plymouth sure is a friendly town, the harbor is breath taking. Definitely will be back again.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. It was delightful. The accommodations were terrific. Everything was clean and pristine. The breakfast was delicious and there were many choices. The staff were all friendly. The grounds were very well maintained. It was a very comfortable place to be and we will definitely return.

First time my husband and I stayed at a best western and will be the last. Turned the jets on to the jetted tub and some kind of dibre came out of them. The guy working the desk told us to come back the next day to see the manager. I told him no we live four hours away. Finally he got ahold of the manager and we spoke with him. The Manager offered to have it cleaned. I told him that should have been done prior to us. I wanted corporate to be notified of this so I emailed them and I felt like they thought I just wanted a free room. I also want to mention that paying for the most expensive room, it was right next to the road and it was loud with cars going by. We did receive a refund but I am still disgusted with the best western.

Everyone from the hotel managers to the housekeeping crew were so accommodating and friendly. Everything was WONDERFUL! It was also in a GREAT location! Just a short walk to the breathtaking harbor!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Plymouth!

I booked online through the reservation site, looking at all the surrounding hotels for the best reviews. Reservation site had beautiful pictures of the rooms. First night we arrived at 9pm - the room was something from the 60's outdated, small, smelled, no place to put clothes and it was a leisure and work weekend for us - a desk to tiny to put a laptop, let alone a suitcase you had to live out of because no furniture. I was so upset - this was the only place I've been all summer. But the front desk did change my room the next day and it was just like the pictures on the site. So you must stress a new room. Two night in the new room were great - desk people were really so extra nice. Only complaint was after driving 6 hours to sleep in that old room.

We have stayed in this hotel for three years when visiting a relative in the area. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The landscaping and setting give it a peaceful atmosphere even though it is possible to walk to restaurants, the harbor and the tourist sites in town. The breakfast is a cut above the average. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

This hotel is tucked away just a half mile from Plymouth waterfront. It was easy to get to off route 3 and just down 3A. You could walk (or drive) from this hotel to get to the waterfront or Main Street just 1/2 mile away.. They have a really nice pool, rooms and common space were up to date & lovely. The staff was wonderful - friendly and very accommodating. The price was a key factor in booking the Best Western Plus and it was a great value. I cannot wait to return!!!

We have stayed here three times over the years and we love it! Well maintained, clean, friendly, and in a very good location for touring Plymouth. The parking is great. It has a nice pool and a super free breakfast. The front desk team is awesome. They have been there for years, know the area, and are super acccomdating. Rooms have been remodeled and are very clean and neat. Sheets and pillows need some updating. The lcoation is great to drive or walk to the waterfront of Plymouth.

This hotel was very good. loved the pool area. loved the breakfast. the rooms was a pretty good size / clean. the employees was also nice. I would definitely come back. the prices i think was just a little high. but overall great place to stay.

The hotel itself is well maintained and a friendly staff. The drawback is what you get for the price. There are no views and you are about a 1/2 mile walk to anything. This hotel has a more than premium price for the level of hotel it is but in a very an average location.

stayed here with my family in a suite. super clean, nice room. excellent service, decent breakfast included. nice base camp ;) for visits to cape cod, marthers vinyard, nantucket etc. nice outside pool also

A good stop. A reasonable distance to the centre of town, maybe 10 min walk. Clean, good breakfast and a really affordable and reliable place to stay. Liked it. Quite a lot of different rooms, with a very small fitness area and a pool. 10 minutes max to the plantation, 3 mins to town by car.

I can't say enough amazing things about this hotel. It's such a lovely layout, making it feel like a resort almost. Perfectly located for exploring Plymouth and surrounding areas. The staff was great, the room was phenomenal, and their outdoor pool was such a highlight. My family left wishing we had stayed a full week just to enjoy the hotel and town more.

We are repeat visitors to Best Western Cold Spring. Our kids love the pool and the location is close to the places in Plymouth we like to visit. Breakfast is great, so many choices! We live nearby and this was a great summer getaway.

This hotel is very well taken care of, both outside grounds and inside rooms. It is positioned well in the town for exploration by foot - about 5 minute walk to the waterfront area with many restaurants, so no need to pay for parking. Walk to historic attractions in town is longer (10 minutes about), but there is a trolley stop very near the hotel entrance. Breakfast was varied in choices, so that's always good. Breakfast staff were cheerful and kept everything well stocked. Housekeeper even offered me an umbrella when we were headed out in pouring rain! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in the Plymouth area.

Best Western is a clean and affordable option, which is located conveniently very close to Plymouth rock,Mayflower, bars and restaurants. I stayed there on my way to Cape Cod once and it was definitely a bonus on my weekend

Staff were friendly when I checked in. I was excited to stay at this hotel/motel knowing it was a part of the 1960's history in Plymouth, MA. I was surprised that the decor inside was not mid-century, but sterile 90's hotel. Furniture was worn, bed was uncomfortable, sheets and linen was worn and wrinkled. Soap and shampoo was low quality. The pool was wonderful! I was running late with check out and at noon I had the staff banging on my door loudly asking if I was checking out. For the price I paid I should have stayed at the more modern hotel like a HIlton or Marriott.

We were delighted with our stay at Cold Springs Best Western. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The location can not be beat, walking distance, or a very short drive to the wharf and all attractions The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything needed. The hot breakfast had so many nice choices and was well attended by staff. We were able to check in early with no proble at all. I highly recommend this property.

Overall this property is really nice. However, two issues remain for our stay. First and the most important are the beds in our room were literally the most hardest things we have slept on. As an aside this seems to be a trend in any hotel we stay regardless of brand, the beds are hard and very uncomfortable. I do not exaggerate when I say I could have slept on the floor with just as much comfort. When I brought this issue up with the front desk upon check out he said “I'll have to go check that room out” and sent us on our way. The breakfast room is really small with too many tables. People were attempting to find ways around tables and chairs to get to their breakfast. Some tables and chairs need to be removed.

Great service, terrific room, clean and welcoming. I'd come back for sure. I appreciated the breakfast even though I did not use it. I drove down from Cambridge to attend a wedding and drove back the following day.

I reserved my reservation on priceline so got a great price. The hotel is clean with refrigerator, coffee pot and I got a nice non-smoking room. Located not very far from downtown Plymouth and tourist sites. They were very nice about holding my luggage while I toured the area after I checked out. Definitely recommend.

We arrived before the listed check in time, but we were allowed to check in early. We were given helpful directions to get to the waterfront. Easy walking distance. We came back and relaxed in the pool. Very nice property with beautiful landscaping.

This hotel was done right! The rooms felt like we were at home and the staff made our family feel like we are a part of their family! The pool was relaxing and warm! The grounds were kept well and the breakfast was delicious! The ladies who run the breakfast were amazing and we're great with children! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The location was in walking distance to different sights and restaurants.

I arrived very late and was accommodated well. Comfortable and clean king room. Great value for the money. The facility is located within close proximity to Plymouth town attractions. I would stay here again, for sure.

We were so pleased with the outside appearance as well as inside. Excellent location for visiting Plymouth sites such as downtown tourist area and Plymouth Rock. The staff gave us excellent advice on restaurants and the wait staff for breakfast for so accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful!!

Rooms were very clean . Staff was friendly and accommodating especially the ladies at the yummy breakfast buffet. Pool was cold because it was unseasonably cold out.Downtown Plymouth was very close . If we are in the area again we will come back .

We loved the Plymouth Best Western for it's beauty, lovely rooms, and very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. We put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and got a basket of clean linens. Brenda in the breakfast room encouraged me to get a tray and take food to my still sleeping family. She went out of the way to help me. We will be back!

Enjoyed our one night stay at the upper group of rooms, with lovely deck and chairs on second floor. Lovely sounds of birds in surrounding trees. Water pressure was not very good. Fridge made constant noise until we turned it to minimum. Bed was comfortable.

In the days of the big corporate chains this is one of the increasingly rare hotels which still feels like a family-run business. While it's not the newest of places, rooms and grounds were both immaculate,and there's a tranquility about the place. And the staff were all a delight. The hotel is a gentle 10 minute stroll from the main street, and another five to the sea shore and Plymouth Rock. Room rate includes a complimentary breakfast which was both good and varied. My only problem was that our schedule meant that we only had one night here. But if we're ever back in the area we will return......

Traffic in this area is pretty busy - the hotel is not near restaurants (you need to get out and drive to them) and that got tiring to do. But shopping areas within a couple of miles have good choices. The hotel is quiet.

Stayed for one night due to business. I always go by reviews when looking for hotels. I found this place to be very clean, which is paramount to me. Friendly check in, the room was on the second floor and I could see Plymouth Harbor, though the weather was overcast. Bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. They offer a nice breakfast, good options with excellent coffee!! I'd love to come back for a weekend sometime to appreciate Plymouth, not on business!!!

Kevin and Mark and the rest of the staff at this location are by far the best team in the business. Kevin really cared about us and our comfort and safety. I sponsor a High School History Club and our field trip to Plymouth, Boston, Salem, Lexington, and Concord was in severe jeopardy of being cancelled. Our original place of lodging contacted us a week before our trip and told us they were gong out of business. We had no rooms for 44 students, 4 teachers, and our bus driver. We called the Best Western and spoke with Kevin. He was able to fill our needs within 20 minutes. The trip was saved! On arrival Kevin and Mark welcomed us with handshakes and smiles. Kevin indicated that he knew it was a long trip and knew the kids would be hungry and tired. He had cookies and snacks as well drinks waiting for my students. Assuming that was the end of the check-in process I turned to leave the office. I was wrong. Kevin and Mark came with me. They personally showed my students to their rooms with flashlights, blocked off a section of the parking lot with cones for our bus, and drove our driver and his bags to his room in the hotel cart. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. If you go away hungry then it is your fault. The food is good, hot, and well prepared. The help staff treated our kids as though they were long lost grandchildren. If you are heading to Plymouth this is the place to stay. All of your needs will be met and then some.

This place was GREAT!!!! Kevin and his staff Nancy at the front desk and his night guy(I forgot his name apology). I got in late and they left the key for me to room, not knowing it was upstairs and that they had ground floors, I never asked.but traveling with my grandmother, she can't climb stairs. I called the after hour number and the night guy was able to put me into a new room on the ground. The next morning I met Kevin the general manager and he worked it out so that we didn't have to change rooms !!!! He was a priceless with the info from suggesting place to eat to helping direct me to places of points of interest. He and his staff was so great I signed up to get a Best Western membership, specially, because he and his staff. You have to go to Cabby Shake food is incredible!!! Kevin thanks to you and your staff, I will see you again and I will claim room 62 again lolol

This was a great place and I will be returning. Kevin the general manager and Nancy the front desk person and the late night guy(forgot his name forgive me) were exceptional and are the reason I signed up for the best western membership. Kevin allowed us to stay in a room that was easy for my grandmother to stay in, being that she can't climb stairs and every question I had he was or someone on his staff was able to answer or recommend. I will come back again.

Best Western Cold Springs is best described as a hidden gem in the heart of Plymouth Ma. The outward appearance attractive, clean and we'll maintained. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed. It is walking distance to the down town shops and attractions. Most importantly the staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Absolutely Wonderful Accommodations! They price matched Hotel Tonight and Expedia saving us the 3rd party fees and expenses! The property grounds are beautifully manicured and the room was all newly updated and VERY clean, the house keeper does a fantasic job of detail, we had a delicious complementary warm breakfast and were on our way to Newport Rhode Island. Thank you so much for a GREAT night sleep!

Whenever we are visiting family we always stay at the Plymouth Best Western. We have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We enjoy the selection of breakfast foods (the ladies make sure everything is well stocked).

We booked 2 nights at this Plymouth Best Western location through Priceline Express Deal.. It is a motel-like setting with few rows of double-level units. We were given a lower level unit up the hill. After checking in, my wife notices a spider on the ceiling. Upon further inspection, we found another one at the door and one on the wall near the bed. I killed all of them. In the morning, complimentary breakfast was not bad. We left the room shortly after 12pm and returned at around 5pm. We noticed a basket of towers at the door and our room was not made. Upon checking the room, we found a couple more spiders and decided that we couldn't stay another night at this spider infested motel. We checked out at around 5:30pm. The guy at the front desk just said sorry but didn't offer any refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pay a little more for a more reputable hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this was. I am used to staying really nice upscale hotels and was really not looking forward to a Best Western. Very clean nice well appointed room, staff was attentive to our needs and breakfast included was a nice touch...

I had an awesome stay . My room was such a cute cottage, I felt so cozy. I had no idea what to expect , I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the friendliness of all the front desk staff. I want to especially thank Kevin for all his help!

We enjoyed a nice stay at this hotel. Check in was fast and easy. The guy at the desk was very friendly. The suite we had was a very good size. The bathroom was huge. We had the jacuzzi room and the jets in the tub were too powerful.water sprayed so high from them your face got soaked. That was the only negative about the room. Room was very clean and I'm picky about cleanliness. My adult daughter stayed in the room next door in a king room and it was a nice size room and very clean also. The breakfast room was small and crowded even though the hotel wasn't busy. It's a great hotel and we look forward to staying here again.

Conveniently located on 3A and just a 15-20 min walk to all the sites (Plimouth Plantation, the Waterfront and Plymouth Rock). This one is like a small apartment complex with a number of two story traditional motel configs. Well done landscaping here (see foundtrips pics) and one of the nicest free breakfast dining facilities. Another great eastern MA BW.

My son and I were in town for Thanksgiving, and having stayed in Best Western Plus hotels across the US, it was an easy choice! Wonzel, the front desk man who checked us in was the best I have met! He was personable , very helpful in changing our room when I realized I had made an error in booking, and was efficient and welcoming. When asked for suggestions on where to eat, he suggested places on the waterfront that were terrific! Wish every front desk person made you feel so welcome! What a company asset! Our room was clean, spacious, and the heating was superb.. quiet and effective. The breakfasts were very well prepared, and everything you could want was there...and their waffle makers! There were 2 staff people there, so the dishes were constantly filled.. tables cleaned in between guests, and friendly smiles.... and good coffee! I highly recommend this particular Best Western Plus in Plymouth, MA... and ask for Wonzel.. he will certainly do all he can to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. W. Trappen and son

We stayed here for a weekend in October to see a show at the Plymouth Memorial Hall. The room was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast filling. There are several other hotels in the area but this one was the right price. We will be staying here again.

My recent visit happened to coincide with an early winter storm -- quite a surprise for a Florida resident. The staff was warm and engaging (thank you, Wonzel, for the still-warm-from-the-oven oatmeal raisin cookies on a chilly afternoon) and the room was exactly what I needed. If you are looking for well-priced, comfortable rooms, a friendly and efficient staff, and a great location, you've found it all!

We stayed here for a night on our way from Boston to the Cape. We were exhausted after flying all day and then driving. This hotel was perfect - the room was immaculate and spacious. We both slept wonderfully - good mattress and so quiet. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental - but with waffles. Suggest you ask for a room in the back building. And there is no elevator so request a ground floor room when booking unless you travel very light. The hotel is a shart drive from The Rock and some good harbor restaurants

Beautiful property but very dated rooms from the 60s. Seriously needs remodeling. Clean and comfortable enough and very nice staff, but keep your expectations in check. Close to Plymouth Rock and in a nice neighborhood.

We come to Plymouth twice every year for the past three years and stay ONLY at this property. The people are amazing. The rooms immaculate and the breakfast always fresh. The location is perfect for the area also.

This was a weekend getaway that turned into a romantic getaway. Our Room was amazing from the The to person bath tub with jets to the to fire places that warmed up our Room very well. We had 2 TV's a sofa that pulled out if needed and I very comfortable king size bed. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a very helpful and wonderful gentleman at the front desk who worked on getting us to see everything and anything we wanted to see. We even got a cookie upon check in. This hotel was very close to all the attractions in the town of Plymouth and it made it very easy to go back-and-forth through our day and check in and hang out in the Room if we needed to

Spent 4 nights at the end of October 2018. Within 1/2 to 1 mile to the bay - a little more to shopping and restaurants. Staff quick to help. Buffet breakfast was good and changed a little each day. Room ac/heating unit louder than what we expected. Has several buildings, only accessible from outside, and none are attached to the lobby / eating area. Our building looked to be in the neighborhood of 50 years old but had some renovations. Many places in the area had already closed for the winter. This hotel closes aroung the end of November. Bottom line, we would stay there again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is great, the staff is amazing/ helpful/ pleasant/ etc, and the rooms are nice and private. I would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend it! Wunzel and the night associate were so awesome; I wish I remembered his name. Either way, very memorable and great stay! Thank you so much for the beautiful stay!

We made the mistake of passing this place by and checking into another motel. Due to issues with the other motel, we ended up leaving & getting a room here. Absolutely no complaints with this hotel. There has been some Best Westerns that are horrible and others are so nice that they are too pricey. We weren't sure what to expect here but the room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fine and varied. The price was also reasonable. This is also close to the many Plymouth attractions. I would certainly stop here again if I'm ever back to Plymouth.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the hotel is fairly convenient to the tourist sites in Plymouth. The room, as someone else mentioned, smelled musty and the decor was kind of hodgepodge and dated. The buffet breakfast was a half step better than most. It is a bit expensive for what you get, but considering most things are like that in Plymouth, it wasn't bad.

I have stayed at the BW Cold Spring in Plymouth numerous times when I am in the Plymouth, MA area over a period of thirteen years. It is superior to any other motel at which I have stayed when Cold Spring was closed. I highly recommend Cold Spring for its cleanliness, comfort and the professionalism and helpfulness of its staff.

Good sized room, although musty smell on arrival, room was up on side of hill away from traffic, helpful staff, breakfast included, normal BW standards, close to town centre within walking distance to amenities and the old parts of Plymouth.

It is a nice Hotel in the beautiful City of Plymouth that is located inbetween Boston and Cape Cod, without the outstanding prices of Boston and Cape Cod.Furthermore Plymouth offers you a nice variety of restaurants and diners for the evening, these are in easy walking distance of this hotel.Rooms could be more modern, breakfast could be with less plastic, but in general it is a clean and quiet place with a good infrastructure.Recommended!Lars&Marion (Germany)

This hotel was very clean and quiet. It is within walking distance of town and the historical sites like Plymouth Rock. The grounds were very well kept and nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with things to see and do. The breakfast staff made sure the area was always very clean and well stocked. They were very attentive to making sure the coffee pots were full and tables cleaned as soon as guests were done. It was a great stay.

I chose this hotel from their website. It met my needs in terms of location to Plymouth area that I wanted to see. The landscaping on this property is wonderful and makes you feel like you are in a place that someone took the time to create just to be beautiful. The pool is warm and clean. The breakfast is a bit more than the usual continental fare, with bacon, eggs, waffles, fruit, juices and coffee is available all day. The staff are very polite and helpful. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this is not for you. It is a comfortable, clean hotel with everything you might need. I would definitely stay there again. Most of what we wanted to do was within walking distance. there is a little beach on Nelson St. with great views and there is a bathroom, food, playground and you can even rent chairs for the day. It is free to everyone. Parking there is limited so you can walk there from the hotel. There is also a little plaza right across the street if you need anything. I highly recommend this Best Western.

Travelled first time to plymouth. We were very pleased with hotel. We had a suite with large separate living room area. Beds were comfortable,bathroom was clean.free Breakfast was good. Great location, just steps from center of town and marina/great restaurants.best seafood I've ever had! Hotel is also 15 to 20 minutes from Edaville Thomasland. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a hotel near the Plymouth beach. It is walking distance to the town center and near Pimounth Plantation. God facilities like fitness center, swimming pool, breakfast, ice, conference room and vending machine. Good value for money.

Our recent stay was pleasant and comfortable. We were upgraded to the Priscilla Alden cottage, a king room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean (though we did spot a little dust on a table) and comfortable. The pillows were a bit too overstuffed, I might bring my own next time , but I would certainly stay here again. The location is great, very close to downtown attractions, etc, but not quite in the midst of things. If you pay for the on and off trolley tour, there is a stop directly in front. (It wasn't running while we were there.) For the price, you can't beat it

The hotel consists of multiple buildings each with two floors. We were on the parking lot level. The room was a standard hotel room with microwave and fridge. One good point was a nite light in the bathroom. Breakfast was in the Registration building (separate from all the room buildings). Location worked as it was close to everything but not in a high traffic area.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Cold Spring while working a local auction. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A great location near down town without all of the fuss. If you plan on staying here note that the rooms are in several buildings not necessarily within sight of the lobby. It was a non issue for us, but something to consider.

We stayed for one night as part of a New England tour. We chose this hotel as it appeared to offer good value for money, which it did. Check in was very quick and staff extremely efficient and friendly. We were given an upgrade to the John Alden cottage, which is a stand alone cottage rather than part of a block. The room was lovely and consisted of a small sofa and table, central double sided fire (electric) decent size bathroom and large king size bed, fridge and microwave and 2 TV's , one on each side of a pillar in the middle of the room, so you watch from either the bed or sofa. Room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Parking is free , plentiful and able to park very close to the cottage. Breakfast is served just off reception and was fine, consisting of your typical chain hotel items, including make your own waffles, which is always a nice addition. The room gets busy at times, but there is additional seating upstairs. The hotel is located out of Town, but an easy straight walk of about 15 minutes to the center and Plymouth Rock. If you don't mind a bit of a walk (or drive) then we can't fault this place and would recommend it.

Returned to the BW Cold Spring for the second time. Great location. Great staff. Clean and good value for the cost. We made trips to Cape Cod and Connecticut and returned to the BW Cold Spring each night. Plymouth is a beautiful spot.

Had to visit for an overnight due to a death in the family. Excellent price, location and hotel staff were excellent. Room comfortable and roomy. Very well kept. Breakfast was very good and server was very helpful with a wonderful personality. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Plymouth. Close to waterfront and many restaurants and shops.

Very clean hotel with great location at a great price. Exhaust fan included....which you usually can't find that in a hotel and I don't understand why? Looks like new carpet and two sinks is a plus, that is rare. Would def recommend!

Nice large Suite very comfortable Bed only complaint would be ,took forever to get Hot water in Tub as well as Shower .Jacuzzi Tub wasn't cleaned very well had scum ring around it .Im a gold Member and all other places we have stayed have given us a complimentary Bag of water , chips , ect this one did not .Would stay again because location was close to everything.

This was a little birthday getaway for my husband. The person who checked us in, Mark, was super nice!! He explained everything to us and even drew me a map on how to get to our cottage. He explained everything about the complimentary breakfast, etc. Very helpful. We got one of the private cottages with the jetted hot tub inside. It was such a cute little room. When we stepped inside, it was gorgeous! So nice and clean. We unpacked a bit and then went about our business around town. When we got back to the room, we figured we'd soak in the jetted tub for a bit before relaxing and calling it a night. The plug to the jetted tub kept popping up and we kept losing water. Before the tub was even filled, the hot water ran out. After that, we laid down to watch TV before bed. The bed felt as if it were broken. Laying down normally, our legs/feet were higher than our head.We felt like we were laying at the wrong end of the bed. We tried to sleep and it was impossible. Not only did we feel upside down, we could also hear the noise from the street outside the window next to the bed. Trucks going by, police sirens and a couple walking on the street, who were arguing. Finally enough was enough. We decided to pack up the car and leave a little after midnight. We drove back to Boston in our pajamas. I did not go to the front desk to complain because it was already so late, I was just exhausted and in my pajamas. I did not feel like packing up and then unpacking again in a different room. I do think this is a really cute place and like I said it was very clean. I just wish the bed wasn't so messed up and the plug to the jetted tub actually stayed down.

The room was private, very clean, and had very nice amenities, soaps and shampoo's. Big fluffy towels. Very close to everything on Court Street, the Wharf and Plymouth Rock. Very friendly breakfast staff and front desk staff. Highly recommend this Motel.

it was noisy, you can hear the doors slam and car doors and ignition when the car started. My key deactivated and I had to go drive back to the lobby to get it reactivared. That was an inconvience, since It was late and I just wanted to get into my room and sleep. I also ddnt reaize when booking the room it was an outside hotel not inside. Besides that the location was nice close to a lot of resteruants. room was cleaned and cozy.

We stay in Best Western hotels from time to time however I would describe this place as a motel. As motels go it was fine. Spacious room with a comfy bed and I liked the big bars of soap with the toiletries. This was our penultimate night on our New England tour. However it was the first time that having been told in advance that one of our party was coeliac that no effort was made to accommodate that. Every where else that we have been has at least made an effort to provide some gluten free bread or muffins etc. Not here, no effort at all though there was available fruit and yoghurt. So that was a big disappointment. Generally the breakfast was poor. Why can't places provide boiling water to make tea? Hot water isn't enough. Poor selection of hot food, that was cold, limp scrambled eggs and a disgusting cold pork sausage. America doesn't seem to have grasped being customer focused yet and this place was no exception. There were a variety of restaurants and eating places within walking distance. Overall not very impressive, could do a lot better. It was off season and we didn't pay a lot of money to stay here. That was the justification from pulling it up from terrible.

We went for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit my husband( working out of town) and some friends. I cannot say enough. The hotel did not look like your run of the mill hotel, it has a New England style flair to it. Room was very clean. The breakfast was really good, a very large assortment of just about everything, and fresh fruit! The dining room staff was extremely friendly. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available in our room, and also in the lobby until 11pm. It is very close downtown but just outside the hustle and bustle. I recommend Woods seafood and The Plymouth Plantation. A nice lot with free ample parking on the ocean front is just down the street. I was sorry we had to relocate to another hotel near the mall, as they closed down for the season shorty after the holiday. It was not as nice, or accommodating. I forgot my shoes in the room, and they actually dropped them off at our new location. How kind. Definitely would return!

This is a very nice and clean motel. All employees I met were very helpful and nice.Lots to do in the area walking distance to the ocean. excellent restaurants and tours to do.It doesn't matter the season there is still lots to do.

I wish we had been able to stay more than one evening. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge in room. Plenty of hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate in Lobby. I was in Plymouth on business, but would love to go back for sightseeing. When I do, I will definitely stay at Best Western Plus Cold Spring - great value.

We stayed here for two nights in October at the end of our 3 week tour of New England. A good location to explore Plymouth, a short walk to the restaurants on the front, and just a short drive along the street to the town museum. The Plymouth Plantation site is about 10 mins drive away. The king suite we were allocated was called the ‘Priscilla Alden' room. A great coincidence as it is named after Priscilla Mullins, who arrived on the Mayflower and subsequently married John Alden. Priscilla came from my own home town, Dorking in England. Pleasantly surprised to find that the room was actually a separate standalone building, so no noise at all from any other rooms. The room is well equipped including 2 electric fires, 2 large TVs, a large Jacuzzi, fridge & microwave. However there were a couple of maintenance issues, a bad smell (possibly spilt milk?) from the fridge and one of the fires not working. I reported these to the receptionist, so hopefully they will have been dealt with. The other point to be aware off is that the room is located close to the main road through the town and during the day time there was quite a lot of road noise. Thankfully the volume of traffic reduced in the evening and didn't disturb our sleep. It's worth noting that the hotel consists of a number of different buildings, all of which require a walk outside to reach reception & the breakfast room. Breakfast included a good selection of hot & cold dishes on the buffet, including waffle makers. Overall excellent value.

My wife and I have stayed at this Best Western four times. we look forward to our trips to Plymouth because of this great hotel. The staff AND owners make us feel we are at home! The property is always clean the staff is always friendly and it is located at a perfect spot in Plymouth. I assure you that you will be pleased you made the decision to stay at this property.

Overall a nice stay. The location is perfect. Very quiet area and very quiet neighbors. Limited amenities. Complaints are minimal, but enough for me not to stay here again - for the price, there are better hotels available in the area. I would recommend this to a friend with a family looking for a place to stay by the town in the summer time with the pool. It seems like a great place to hang out on the patio.

Loved the breakfasts, easy in and out, staff was knowledgeable about places close by, rooms were great, sat outside in the evenings with no problems. close to THE best restaurants by the sea and downtown ! amazing clam chowdah !!! wonderful happy people ! Would go back to Plymouth and this Best Western in a heartbeat !!!

From the moment we were greeted by our friendly host Mark at check in, this has been an experience to remember. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was beyond our expectations. Extremely comfortable bed, clean, warm, great amenities like gourmet coffee, fridge and microwave. Even the bathroom products are luxurious. We would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again in a heartbeat.

I don't normally stay at Best Western hotels, but was travelling for business and this one was close to the office. Nice area with lots to do within walking distance. Hotel was very quaint and clean! Would definitely stay here again.

We were treated with great respect, kindness, and helpfulness! The room was absolutely heaven and due to the fact that we had to leave earlier in the morning than breakfast would be served, they fixed us an on the go breakfast in a bag to take with us! We so appreciated that!

This motel was a good option for us. We visited Boston but wanted to avoid higher prices if Boston but stay somewhere close by. This was a perfect choice. The layout of the property is much like a retreat center. The location is near the main activities of Plymouth. The staff was great!

We spent a week in Massachussetts and were looking for a hotel that was halfway between Provincetown and Boston. BW Cold Spring was perfect. We especially like the complimentary continental breakfast as we had kids, and it was nice not to have to worry about finding a place for breakfast. There was a ton of various food items to choose from; you can even make your own waffles. The staff for breakfast as well as check-in was VERY nice and accommodating. The room itself suited our needs. Beds were clean and the room was well-maintained. There was a mini fridge which worked out great as we brought bottled water and wanted to keep it cold. There's a grocery store within a 5 minute drive, so that also helped for snacks. There were plenty of towels and amenities. Rooms were cleaned every day. Our room was on the ground floor very level to the parking lot, so we felt a little obligated to keep all the curtains shut. There was no safe in the room, so we had to carry all our valuables with us. I didn't feel the area was unsafe at all, but didn't feel comfortable leaving things in the room unattended. There are laundry facilities available, but we did not use them. The shampoo/conditioner they have is VERY good. I didn't care for the bar soap, though, and found it too drying. Water pressure in the shower was very good. The town is great to walk around in. We had kids with us, and it was nice to stroll to the playground down the street. We also went down to the harbor/marina area and dined there. Lots of gift shops as well all within walking distance from the hotel. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it has an outdoor pool. While it's a great feature, the pool wasn't heated as claimed, and there were barely any pool towels left when we got there even though there was only one other guest swimming at the time. Granted, we were there about an hour and half before the pool closed, but still; there should always be enough towels. The other thing I didn't like was we had a room across from the check-in/breakfast area; the pool is a very far, uphill walk, so we ended up having to take the car up there. We only tried to use the pool once. I found it to be more inconvenient than an amenity.

A very warm welcome from Wonzel on the desk. Very helpful and full of information about the local area. Our room was separate to the main hotel block, which meant a short downhill walk for breakfast. The room was a good size, clean and tidy with all the usual amenities, which included a very noisy fridge. Although there was a deadbolt on the door there was no safety catch. The breakfast was very good, but not quite yo the standard of the other Best Westerns we have stayed at on this trip. It is conveniently located for travelling to the attractions in the area. If you head out to Kingston try and catch the WW1 memorial.

Nice clean hotel at a good price. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The staff at the breakfast area, the front desk check in and check out staff, and the hotel cleaning staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Stayed at Cold Springs BW plus, for our last 2 nights in the U.S. , our room was up the hill with a sort of bay view (Trees in the way!} nice room etc all the usual that you expect from BW. The staff were very helpful and friendly, another plus. Breakfasts were good and set us up for the day. The hotel is about 15 minute walk to the sea and there are car parks at the front which is useful if you want to take the car, easy to walk along the front and explore. This was a lovely area to stay in and the sun and warmth made it all the better. There are lots of nice restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, along the sea front with good TA reviews. Found this hotel a really nice stop before flying home. Ps highlight was meeting a retired couple from NY. The gentleman was a fireman at the TT on 9/11}I just had to give him a hug}

The point of going to Plymouth was to visit my elderly Auntie and cousin on our way home to NJ from Canada. We arrived at the Best Western after 1 pm and found our key in a marked envelope, taped to the door. Our room exceeded our expectations. It was gorgeous. I think we had the Miles Standish room with a king bed. Bed was super comfortable and we slept well. The complimentary breakfast was way better that the usual motel breakfast. I was very happy for the fruit salad in particular! Staff was friendly and efficient.

We spent 4 days in Massachusetts and found this location to be perfect for visiting multiple towns. Quiet central location. Rooms are of good size. Mini fridge and microwave were great to have. Free continental breakfast had lots of options for all tastes. Only negative was the two very large spiders in our room. One in the shower and one on the bed. Prices were very reasonable. We would stay again despite the spider issue.

After a problem with noise from a heating vent, we were upgraded from a rather dated (but clean and well-appointed, functional) room to a jacuzzi suite with two televisions and two fires. The original room needed a make-over in terms of decor (repainting the terracotta walls plus new bed sets/curtains). Quite a good breakfast included in rate. On the Route 3A Main Street in Plymouth, so easy to walk.

Definitely would recommend. Great stay. Recently updated. Clean, roomy with plenty of outlets and usb in the lamps. Wonderful free breakfast. Beds and pillows a bit firm for my taste but otherwise slept well. Sofa sleeper more for smaller kids than an adult. Teenage son said was not that comfortable. Staff was great! AAA+

Again, I booked this property because of the location and I had enough points to book the night. It is expensive but close to the places we wanted to see and begin our trip from. The room was clean and the staff was OK, not great but they were friendly and prompt. They advertised breakfast but mentioned noting about it on check in, the next morning we went down and it was $11.00!!!! for a marginal, small buffet, we had a much better one in Quincy for less. I would have rated higher if the 'standard' BW Plus breakfast was included. Be warned, it's pricey for the room.

This hotel room (#25) was VERY clean. Quiet at this time of year. Not a complaint. Things in room looked quite recently appointed. The outdoor pool was directly across this room (on top of the hill), on the other side of the parking lot. (maybe noisy in the middle of summer ~ ?) Also very clean. Monty was the caretaker that day, and asked if we thought the water temperature was too our liking. Perfect at 75. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast area was well maintained / well stocked. We arrived just before the close time for breakfast, but there were no worries about anything. Staff was still smiling. If you like to stroll, location is just a short walk to Nelson Beach, restaurants, downtown area. There are different buildings to this hotel with greenery all around which make it feel like a little village. Very happy with this experience.

We had to be in Plymouth that day for family business. Since my wife grew up here and our kids live here, we're pretty familiar with the area, but had never stayed here before. Was a delight! Jose was passing by with 40-55 mph winds (whitecaps in the harbor) but we couldn't hear him in our room! Very quiet rooms, quiet functional heat/ac unit, clean comfortable beds with GREAT PILLOWS! (not the kind you wrestle with all night!). All in all it was a great discovery. We'll be back.

Staff, accommodations were excellent, clean, updated and roomy. The breakfast included was also all that you could want. Centrally located and so it is a great spot if you are in for a few days of touring.

We stopped in at the MA locations during our 2017 - Sept Vacation and the room was Nice, Clean, and very comfortable! The manager, Kevin, was very cordial and helpful with tips on local attractions and dining! I would gladly visit again!

Easy check in. Nice, clean lobby/ breakfast area. Cottage is large, actually had a fireplace separating bedroom and living area. Huge bathroom with a jetted tub. 10 minutes walk to harbor, sights and eats. Easy check out as well. Have on site laundry machines and dry cleaning available, if needed.

This beautiful exterior was deceiving. If you are assigned room 12, ask for a different location. The motel has a section of older rooms and room 12 is one of those. The décor is similar to what would be found in a Best Western in the 1980s. The room was humid, during a beautiful week in Plymouth. The air conditioner sounded as if it was about to go out when turning off and the bathroom door would not easily close in two spots because it needed trimming at the bottom. The room was not clean: lampshades had dust collected on the trim, the refrigerator had grime on the front, the room smelled musty and was constantly damp. The exterior was spotless. Very misleading. Possibly the newer part of the motel has better rooms for guests.

Loved our stay...Was very welcoming and warm...Room was immaculate, Bed and pillows were great. My Husband is Handicapped and bathroom facilities were okay. Lower bathtub would have been better but overall it was super.

It was very pleasant to see Mrs. Sheila and Mr. Mark during this stay. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The cleaning and maintenance staff was very courteous, polite and went the extra mile to assist in every need. Well done. The a/c worked very well. This is the second time I have chosen this hotel for a week stay. The service is very consistent. I am very happy with the entire staff performance and dedication to the customer. My family stayed here on our trip for the Plymouth Plantation. The hotel is a great location close enough to the downtown shops and restaurants to walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast saves money, my son loves the waffles. Fresh fruit salad was a nice touch. The eggs and packaged oatmeal could be better but overall and nice breakfast. Outdoor pool is nice but a little chilly in September. Wish there was a hot tub but still we swam daily. We missed room cleaning one day but came back to find a nice basket with clean towels and toiletries. I would recommend the hotel for the cleanliness, friendly staff, value and location.

Beast Western Cold Spring Hotel was bright, clean and location was great for our stay in Plymouth. Staff was friendly and very helpful in giving directions and advice for things to see and do in area. Would certainly stay again.

Located not far from the Plymouth waterfront. You COULD walk it, but I would recommend driving down closer. Very clean hotel and neat appearance kept. We booked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip Advisor. WOW! When we pulled up to the hotel, we were impressed with the cleanliness and overall look of the hotel. Very charming and pretty. The check in was easy, and the staff very friendly. The room was spotless, and everything seemed new. Actually this may have been one of the cleanest hotels that I have been to. Even the TV remote control was sanitized and in a protective covering. The is beautiful, and the surrounding area is very pretty and peaceful. The location is walking distance (a couple of blocks) to the waterfront and wharf. There is a plaza across the street if you need anything. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and was very good (for a hotel lobby breakfast) There were eggs, bacon and / or sausage, fresh fruit, yogart, different types of breads and pastries, waffle station, juice, coffee etc. My kids loved the pool. It is situated on a little hill, with a lot of gardens and flowers surrounding it. While my kids were swimming in the pool, an employee came up to ask if the temperature was ok for them, and adjusted it to their liking. I wish I got his name. He was very kind. Overall, I give this hotel 5* rating.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel the breakfast was excellent big selection eggs, bacon - next day different type of eggs, sausage even had make your own Belgian waffles (with whipped cream) which were were awesome! The pool was beautiful, well kept and serene. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This hotel is located near many historical monuments which was great and is located basically two blocks away from a playground for the children right next to the shoreline. Also close to many eateries and places to take a boat trip.

We stayed in Plymouth only one night and after staying at this hotel, I wish it had been a longer stay. The grounds are lovely and well-kept. The rooms are very, very clean. There are several types of accommodations-hotel, motor lodge, cottage. We had rooms that were similar to a motor lodge, with a 'porch' & chairs, and a parking place out front. The staff was friendly, smiling, and helpful. We stayed in rooms 8 and 9 and they were just great! Equipped with a queen bed in Room 8 and a king bed in Room 9, comfortable chair and ottoman, a good-sized desk and office chair, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, soft and clean linens and towels, toiletries, good pillows, flat-screen TV with many channels, and wonderfully cold AC. There is a very nice pool with a large deck, with tables, chairs and umbrellas, and beautiful planters filled with lovely flowers. There is also a chair lift into the pool for those who need assistance. There are big beach towels for guest use right on the pool deck. There is also a brand new washer and dryer available for guest use, an outdoor sitting area near the soda and ice machines where guests can hang out, and a wonderful lobby. Unfortunately, we did not have time for breakfast, but it looked good from where we stood. The hotel is a five minute drive from downtown Plymouth and it's historical sites, close to many great restaurants, and of course, the beach. Plymouth is a pretty compact town, so you can walk easily. I was really impressed by this particular Best Western and would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. My brothers and sisters and I took our elderly father for a vacation in Plymouth and stayed at the Best Western Plus. We were all surprised at the quality, cleanliness and friendly hospitality we found.We first noticed how friendly and helpful all the staff were. From the front desk to the staff stocking the breakfast buffet, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The landscaping was amazing- there were meticulously maintained flower beds, beautiful flowering bushes, trimmed hedges, everywhere. The swimming pool was larger than you usually find at a "budget" hotel and it was super clean and instead of a chlorine pool, it was a salt water pool, which was wonderful. The pool deck is large, there are plenty of comfortable, cushioned lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, fresh beach towels, and beautiful flower plantings decorating the tables and deck. We had four rooms (each with 2-queens). They were spic and span clean, large, attractive and everything seemed fairly new. Each room had a small fridge and microwave.Our rooms were on the second floor of the "Hill" building. The deck had chairs where we could sit and we had a great view (we could even see the ocean!). The breakfast buffet was great. Cereals, fresh fruit, all sorts of breads, muffins, etc for toast, juices, and several coffee choices that were quite good.OK, so the egg and meat offerings were pre-cooked and kept warm in steamer trays, but the staff kept everything filled and fresh. There was a small gym with the basics: a treadmill, a Stairmaster, a bicycle machine and a home-gym type system for weight training. It, too, was spic and span with fresh towels, a water dispenser, and television. This Best Western was not only a great deal (price-wise) it is probably a better hotel than many in the area that claim to be "fine" hotels!

This by far is the best property we have stayed at we have been through Michigan, Chicago, wincosin, Rhode Island, Boston and many more. I am a rewards member some of theses hotel were not good, cleanness, smelly, food so/so, pools dirty (green!) this one in Plymouth was above expectations ! Ty

We sadly only stayed one night here between trips to Maine and the Cape. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and decent showers. The outdoor pool was brilliant and we would have loved to stay longer. We walked into the dock area which took only a few minutes. Breakfast was plentiful and well staffed/stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week here, our first impressions of the hotel were quite good as the reception area etc was lovely. When we got the keys to our room we were very excited and being very tired after a ten hour drive from Washington DC we were anxious to get into our room to have a rest. As we opened the door the first thing we noticed was the Fusty Smell and how Dark the room seemed as the décor was Very Dated! We know that the hotels in this part of the US can be different in style but these rooms definitely need brightening up and Updating! The switch on the bathroom wall which should have controlled the time the extractor fan was on was broken so everytime you put the light on the fan was on constantly! The maids did a great job of cleaning the room but our shower curtain did not smell very nice and had a stain on. I think you should get some new ones and wash them more often! The breakfast room is lovely and the staff very friendly.

In a bustling tourist town within walking distance of historical sites, restaurants and shops, this BW Plus was our oasis. The property and location of the rooms are beautifully set. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were not only knowledgeable about the property, but every person we talked with knew the area and where to find whatever we needed. The room was beautifully appointed and incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the bathroom was immaculate. This property raises the bar for Best Western ... kudos to all who made our stay delightful!

The location is ideal and so close to the water. The grounds of the hotel itself is well maintained and so quaint! Plenty of parking. We stayed in the Prscilla Arden room which was fabulous! Great large jacuzzi tub as well as shower. There were two gas fireplaces, two televisions, and a couch with a king sized bed. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable. All the amenities you need! Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay. Great for a romantic getaway. I could not have had a better stay!

My wife and I decided on the spur of the moment to visit Plymouth. This was our first experience at this hotel. In short, we were VERY impressed. The personnel were unusually pleasant and responsive, the grounds are lovely (much nicer than the usual chain hotel), the swimming pool was in a bucolic setting, and the breakfast was ample. We had several delightful chats with hotel staffers. This Best Western is a significant cut above others we have visited. Clearly, this hotel is run by a group of true professionals. The Best Western corporation should be proud.

Selected this motel over another because of the free continental breakfast thats available & included in the price. Its the same type of breskfast that you get at other name brand hotels except area to sit is very crowded more so than those others. I would have given this establishment 5 stars but I found a long hair in shower & had to get rid of a dead spider in the bathroom. The ac wasn't keeping room as cool as i wanted during the Night/sleeping & was wondering if it was somehow programmed for motion. It would go back to orginal temp., but when walking around in the morning it went to selected temperature. The room was otherwise clean, beds comfortable & the room was a nice size. Don't rent any movies at red box as there is no dvd to use!!!

This is a very nice hotel that I sought out when coming to a family funeral because we had enjoyed our stay here so much several years ago. I made reservation just a few days before leaving on the hotel's own website but did not read the cancellation policy. I rented two rooms because my son thought he might try to come. He was unable to come. I tried to cancel his room and found that there is a 3 day cancellation policy. Buyer Beware!

We stayed here for 6 nights in one of the suites which was in the building opposite reception. The room was large, very clean and looked like it had recently been renovated. The hotel is set over several buildings in lovely grounds. There is a pool which we used every day - it was clean and warm. There are towels provided and plenty of chairs/sun loungers. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and all of the food was very fresh. My daughter loved the waffle maker! We sat outside on the patio most days to eat. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Kevin on reception let us borrow a a Boston guide book which was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great updated hotel in downtown Plymouth. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants at the harbor front. We had our own cabin that was clean and new. Staff was friendly and professional. Plenty of parking right by our room! We will definitely stay here again.

Almost like staying in a park with outdoor seating areas, plus pool. Price is more than we usually pay but we were, after all, in a resort town. Very large room and shower. I would recommend. Lots of places to eat in the downtown. Concert in the waterfront park the night we were there (a Weds).

The staff was always so kind and eager to help. Grounds are clean and beautifully landscaped and maintained. Room was comfortable and amenities were perfect. Great breakfast with plentiful and helpful staff. Easily walked to the beach and downtown area to visit monuments with my children. Would recommend and stay again!

Best Western Cold Spring in Plymouth, MA is our favorite "go to" place to stay near the Cape for a get away. The pool area is excellent and well equipped, the breakfast is better than average and well stocked at all times - you will LOVE staying here ! Wonzel is a gem of an employee at the front desk - he will make you happy ! I would go to any motel where he works.

The housekeeping and office staffs were wonderful, the room was spacious and nicely appointed. However, there were water stains on the ceiling and a pervading smell of mildew, which gave me headaches. The fan in the bathroom was loud, but did not draw up steam, and could not be adjusted or turned off. Finally, I was unable to reserve a room on the hotel's website, so I tried Trivago, which did have rooms at that hotel, but the reservation cost me an extra $100 per night.

Excellent experience with nice room, inn layout, very pleasant staff, good food. Staff paid attention to each service at the Inn. Would highly recommend it. The Staff were easily available 24/7 and were very knowledgable.

The location of this hotel is it's best amenity. Close to shops, restaurants and attractions. It is set in a very nice setting, with a lot of trees and plants. The buildings are spread out among the property. The staff was very nice and helpful. Decent free breakfast. If you have a Do Not Disturb sign on your room's door they would leave a basket outside your door with fresh towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap etc..... This is an old property and gives you more of a motor inn (motel) feel rather than a hotel. We stayed in room 10. It was very clean, but extremely outdated. The bed had a dip in the the center. There are no hooks anywhere, including the restroom to hang anything. They do not supply enough hangers. The WiFi provided was not good inside our room. We got a better signal by stepping outside. We were there in July during tourist season and apparently because of the location. They could get away with charging $220 per night, but the room itself is not worth that amount in my opinion.

Hotel is family-friendly, neat and clean. In room fridge, microwave, and coffee was convenient. Very close (maybe .5 mile) from the main tourist area, and area felt safe to walk through. Pool area looked nicely kept. It was quiet, and they have a 10 pm noise curfew, although it wasn't loud during any of my stay.

Great place. Our room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Nice outdoor pool. Wonderful breakfast. Literally right down the road from Plymouth Museum and Plymouth Rock. Would definitely recommend, very convenient and great staff.

This hotel was very clean. The hot breakfast was always excellent. The hotel was within walking distance to shops, attractions (Plymouth Rock, etc.). It also was on the Trolley stop, so you could ride to attractions around town.

I liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff was helpful. There was adequate shampoo and soap. We had to request towels but they fulfilled this request very quickly. Compared to other hotels in this area, I'd recommend this one.

Continental breakfast is a huge plus..Housekeeping was exceptional, we did not require service on the 1st day. When we arrived back late in the night, there was a basket of replenishment towels and toiletries. A welcoming surprise. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We just stayed at this hotel for a few days while we were attending the Levitate Music Festival in Marshfield, MA. As for location, if you are there to visit Plymouth, this is a great location. Just a quick drive (or a 20 minute walk) to the main downtown strip with all of the restaurants and shops. It is also a very short drive to the water and Plymouth Rock. The hotel is very cute. It's a motel style, with separate buildings and individual entrances to each room. We got lucky and got put in a separate building that were almost set up like cottages. Not sure why we got that room, but I was glad to have it as we were coming back from the music festival late, and it was nice to not worry about disturbing anyone. The rooms have a mini-fridge and a microwave, which are good bonuses to have. The room was a bit dated, which is the only downside. It reminded me more of a beach cottage than an updated hotel room. However, it was quite comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size. I had very little interaction with the staff, other than check in and check out. Both times they were very polite. We did not make it to the free breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Rooms and grounds are kept well maintained. This is a great place to stay for a visit to the area.

We stayed one night at the Best Western during a visit to Edaville in Carver. The hotel is clean, recently renovated and quiet. The property grounds are well manicured and clean!! The breakfast was great and the ladies who run it were fantastic!!! Overall a great stay!! I would recommend to anyone in traveling to the Plymouth/Carver area!

Fantastic Hotel! Fast check in, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, nice outdoor saltwater pool, great view of Plymouth Bay, centrally located, quiet and the breakfast was wonderful and plentiful! We will most certainly stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. Our room was spacious and clean. Our room was in the front of the property and had a bedroom and a small living room. We visited the pool, but it was quite cold. The included breakfast was a nice touch. We were able to walk to a few nice restaurants and to the Mayflower from this hotel. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again.

Went on the Island Creek Oyster tour in Duxbury, MA and decided to stay in Plymouth, MA for the night. Loved this place. Nice and clean and walking distance to attractions and restaurants on Water St. We will return!

This Best Western Plus is located in a quiet section of Plymouth, MA. Rooms are located in several separate building so it feels quite cozy and intimate despite its overall size. The staff is excellent; friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is standard Best Western fare, which is more than adequate to start the day in good shape. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Pros -satisfactory breakfast -adequate room space -good parking -clean room -disposable cups/glasses -good tea/coffee supply in room Cons -dirty outdoor pool (we went summer so there are bugs understandably) but pool should be cleaned periodically during the day. to be fair, when I let them know, they cleaned it the first day. but the next day, i had to tell them again. i didn't feel it was clean enough so i didn't take a dip. -coffeemaker plug dangerously close to the sink. the electric outlet for coffeemaker was 3 inches from the wet sink. there was not enough space to put coffeemaker in. i tried to squeeze it in but it was dangerous because hot water drips when i moved it. hopefully they can put another outlet away from a wet sink other than that we had a satisfactory experience. will come back again:)

I was surprised how lovely the hotel was set up, it felt like a small village , the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed sitting with my husband on the veranda enjoying the night air. I read at the pool and enjoyed the breakfast they offered. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stay at this hotel 25-30 days per year. It is my home away from home. I look forward to heading there after a long day at work. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to downtown, restaurants and shops. I recommend for anyone visiting the Plymouth area.

Only stayed one night, passing through. Very large king size room. Comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Very clean all around! Love when the bathroom shines like someone cares about a good job!! All areas were nice and bright. Even the elevators were very clean! Can't say enough, too bad we couldn't have stayed longer.

Nice, clean, close to everything. Very good full buffet breakfast. Pool is good. Very quaint and relaxing. The personal will help to tell you about restaurants and tours. Newspaper is provided in the lobby.

Easy to find on the main street through town. Only a mile north of the crowds in downtown Plymouth. Close to the Monument to the Forefathers on Allerton Street. The rooms were clean. Parking right at the door to the room. Good breakfast, including sausage, eggs, fruit, waffles and muffins. Breakfast room was clean and staffed. EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

We came here for a week stay to visit family and found our best place ! The rooms and entire property is clean and neat as a pin. The property itself is like a walk in the park with a pool, trees and flowers and plenty of nearby attractions to walk to like Plymouth Rock and all the waterfront.The included breakfast was wonderful with freshly cut up fresh fruit, yogurt, whole fruit and waffles, eggs bacon pastries with coffee and tea available all day.the staff are all friendly and helpful. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops .

I was expecting a "traditional" hotel with interior corridors, and so was surprised when we arrived to learn that this was more of a motel-style with exterior entrances. Nevertheless, everything was top-notch: The room was completely updated and clean, the service was great at the front desk, and the breakfast was yummy (with a good selection). It is technically within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and waterfront attractions, and we were lucky enough to have good weather so the walk was nice. But if the weather is bad, you'll probably want to drive, and parking is definitely tight downtown. (I think the trolley stops nearby, but it's seasonal and wasn't yet running when we visited.) Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I'm in the area.

We picked this best western because it has three-bed suites at a reasonable cost and the location was convenient to the family we were visiting in the area. This property is what I'd call a "high-end of the middle range" of motels. The breakfast had some additional items of higher quality than available at comparable properties. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. High quality toiletries were provided and replaced daily. The room decor was dark and lacking in character but all the fixtures and renovations to the property were first rate.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this Best Western. We loved the room, slept really well, bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Tv remote was supposed to be in a clean packaging but had a stain on it...and the breakfast options were ok but not the best quality, sugary packaged pastries and microwave eggs. The staff however were all great and helpful with advice on what to do and how to get around.

Our family of four stayed here for four nights and I cannot say enough about the staff, the stay, the location and our overall experience. At every interaction, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating; our room and the amenities offered were clean; the breakfast was excellent and enjoyed by all of us, even our picky 3-year old; and finally the location was amazing. You're minutes away from the waterfront, where there a multitude of restaurants, as well as a beautiful walk along the beach and a playground. You're also minutes away from shopping and a short drive from Boston. The only negative we experienced was our room had an old smell. We left the door open to help this, and eventually we were used to it. If you want to truly experience Plymouth, while being comfortable with where you're staying, this is the place!

This place was a gem! Best stay on our trip and we have stayed at two other BW before Plymouth and two more since. None have compared to ColdSpring! Front desk associates were extremely personable as well as helpful. Breakfast was wonderfully done. There was a fresh fruit salad each morning, as well as yummy chocolate muffins! Rooms were large and well maintained. Housekeeping very attentive to details. This hotel is just a short drive to downtown and all the attractions. You won't be disappointed if you stay here! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Last minute booking for the last 2 nights of our road trip. Great location just one street back from the front/ beach marina area. Good room, spacious and clean with plenty of storage facilities and good size bathroom. Outdoor Swimming pool for use if you want to. Breakfast was a complimentary continental style breakfast with a good choice of food to be had, all presented in a clean well kept location/breakfast room next to reception. Loved my stay thank you.

Staff is great and very helpful with recommendations and attending to your needs. The location is very close to everything. Rooms may be a little outdated but they are very clean. The breakfast choices were adequate with a very attentive staff. Great value for the money.

Hotel is located only a couple of blocks from the waterfront. Check in and out was very easy and they made us feel welcome. Room was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. Breakfast room is adjacent to the check in desk and was very spacious. Food choices consisted of both hot and cold items and there were plenty of choices. Would definitely stay there again as we toured all the history Plymouth has to offer.

We went for a Girl's Weekend. This place is so well run, accommodating, and CLEAN! Highly recommend it. Location is perfect for walking all over Plymouth without having to pay to stay close to the water. Have talked up this place since we got back. We would definitely return....definitely!

Beautiful grounds and extremely nice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed how close this hotel was to the harbor. Everything you would need was in walking distance of the hotel. We will look forward to staying again at this hotel the next time we visit relatives .

This Hotel is wonderful....rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Staff were awesome.. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel grounds are immaculate. Must stay when visiting Plymouth. Being situated between Boston and Cape Cod(also ferry service to Provincetown) Plymouth is excellent choice to stay to visit the area.

Excellent service, professional staff. No complaints on the room. I was surprised by the type of breakfast offered at no extra cost. If ever I'm in Plymouth again, this will be the hotel of my choice. This is the first time I have ever given this high a rating to any hotel, including other Best Western hotels. The staff was very professional and helpful. Went out of their way to help me with travel routes. Again, a big thank you to the staff.

This hotel is in a great location with lovely grounds. We had room with an electric fireplace, hot tub and sofa. The room was very clean. The staff were very professional, helpful and attentive. It was very clean and quiet.

We stayed in off season (early spring) to visit nearby Plimouth Plantation. Everything was quiet, very clean, staff was very nice, kids loved breakfast, and the value for the money was fantastic. We were in upgraded room, so also quite big, 2 queen beds with lots of space besides. Oh, and free wifi, too.

There isn't a negative thing to say about this place. It is close enough to the attractions in Plymouth to be a convenient walking distance without being so close that you have to hear the night life. The included breakfast included a lot more than I would have thought. The room was very clean and the service was wonderful. Great location overall!

My wife and I stayed here for one night, Saturday night, and the room was very clean but it was kind of noisy. The full breakfast was included and was pretty standard fare with scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, bagels, etc. There was also juice and coffee for drinks. Cereal, waffles, yogurt and fruit looked good.

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst on holiday in USA. The reviews I had read were good, but the BW surpassed my expectations, It is a lovely, quiet place, attractively set out with accommodation blocks spread out amongst plants & trees. I liked the fact that its family owned & has an interesting development history. Staff were friendly & very helpful - there was a mix up with my final payment which the hotel put right for me even after I had returned to the UK which I thought was excellent service. Rooms large & comfortable & we had connecting room with our children. Breakfast good & plentiful, small outside eating area for good weather. Coffee in lobby. There is a nice air conditioned gym. Pool large & nice, plenty of loungers. Hotel is located slightly out of town but very close (10 mins walk) to a small beach & the marina, where there are some good shops (check out the ice cream shop!) & places to eat. Overall very good value & excellent stay.

This is a great place to stay the staff is wonderful, breakfast is good and the location is close to the waterfront they have laundry room fitness room and the area is safe. The beds slept so comfortable. This is the best place to stay in Plymouth, MA.

Having come to the wider Boston area the first time we highly valued the friendly ness of the hotel team members. They were very much focused to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Making us feel well and at home was the spirit that the hotel personnel was displaying, also with regard to local seighseeing activities and not hotel related activities. The staff went the extra mile for the sake of their guests, and there was a clear appreciation and feedback from our side. I such a situation you are happily settling the bill on the departure day, without any negative thoughts or considerations. We can highly recommend this feed on the ground and very cosy place in Plymouth. We would definitively come back once in the area again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while exploring the area from Plymouth to Provincetown. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, we were given a map of the area and directions to downtown and to the harbor. Breakfast each morning was lovely. It was clear that the breakfast staff took great pride in doing their jobs. Our king size room was huge and was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

The room was comfortable, friendly neighbor raccoon haha, internet service didn't work with our PlayStation, but breakfast was good and they offered us a free upgrade on our arrival. Staff was extremely friendly talkative and helpful as booking on the phone was a breeze

We were greeted by Wonzel and he was so helpful to us. It really helped to make our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. Parking was very easy outside our room. The room was excellent and we have no complaints about it. I guess we would have liked it to be warmer at night - but this could have been due to our inability with the air con !! Wonzel's guidance on places to eat in Plymouth was excellent!! Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Another excellent bonus was the off-licence over the road. Pionzis, I think it was called. Fantastic selection of beer at a good price. Loved it in Plymouth, and loved staying at the hotel. Great hospitality in a great location.

Our experience at the Plymouth Best Western could not have been more perfect. From the darling updated room and bath to all the amenities like a coffee/tea bar, easy to operate TV, to the Free internet and ultra comfortable mattress, Best Western anticipated everything you want to have in a hotel room far from home. I also have to say how wonderful Wonzel at the desk was to us. I left a few items in my closet and he said, "No problem. We will ship them out to you and just charge the shipping on your card." Perfect. He was funny, welcoming and kind - three attributes you hope to find in people working at your hotel, but don't always. At checkout he was so efficient and friendly at the same time. When I called later to report I had forgotten a cape in the closet, he called me at home to say he had found three other items and was sending them all to me. I was so grateful and relieved. That man is a treasure.

These folks put hospitality into their mission. Really an amazing amount of pride shown by the staff and the property. A bonus was the availablity of a laundry onsite. Breakfast is different everyday.

Since Best Western has been upgrading their location, (BW), they are a very good place to stay again. This is a good location to stay while in Plymouth. While you can walk to downtown, I don't recommend it. We were there in September so parking was available downtown. If you were there during the heavy tourist season, it might be worth the walk. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, with plenty of hot water. We had parking right at our door. The breakfast buffet is above average. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. This is one of the best places we have stayed in a long time!

Excellent experience at this Best Western designed as a "plus" level. This is an expansive hotel including several buildings with two floors (no elevator). The room was well sized and equipped and very up to date. The breakfast was well stocked with a wide variety of food. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place to stay in Plymouth.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a Road Trip, Had to come to Plymouth as we live near Plymouth in Devon, England. Anyway, Wonzel. what can we say, he is a breath of fresh air, every hotel reception should have a Wonzel, so enthusiastic, helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble. I think my wife found a friend for life. They got on so well. Told us everything about the hotel and the area, so helpful. Hotel itself, we had Room 30 which was just on the hill above main area. Very clean, excellent standard, comfy, no noise from other rooms, laundry room in block was useful, easy walk to the town and harbour, only 15 mins. Easy access to Cape Cod Area and Martha's Vineyard. All in a lovely hotel, would stay again and well recommend.

We stayed for three nights as part of a tour of the USA. The place is well placed for visits to Plymouth Rock, as well as Boston and Cape Cod.Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped. The staff could not have been more helpful and obliging, even loaned us a kettle to make tea (we are English), they helped with information on visiting Boston, using the train from the next town, rather than Plymouth where the service is poor. On that note, getting tickets was easy from the tea caravan, paying for the car park at the station very difficult, it has to be paid via an app to download on a smartphone we did not have. An American couple on the train did it for us, and then started us on our tour of Boston. Shops and eateries near the hotel.Car parking outside the door. The premises are not new but in excellent condition, and overall they set the standard for Best Westerns, which was not beaten.Breakfast part of the deal, and great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property our last night of a 12-day trip to the Boston area. That evening Jack said, "This is my favorite hotel room of our whole trip." It was also the least expensive of our whole trip! It was a large room with two queen beds. The bathroom had a sink, but there was also a sink area in the room itself, which works really well for two staying in the room. There were also two side chairs and a table which we liked. The staff was exceptionally helpful with information on the area.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room had two queen beds with two separate sink areas. It was nice to have room for both of us to get ready at the same time. It is a little bit of a walk to most of the attractions but if you can walk a couple of miles it is nice since you don't have to hunt for a pay parking spot. It was in the upper 40's when we visited so it was a brisk walk. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly.

We were lucky enough to stay here for 9 nights on our recent US trip and it was a lovely place to stay. After walking non stop for 10 days in New York and Boston, we did plenty of walking here but a bit of rain meant we had an enforced rest and it was great to have such a comfortable modern room to chill out in (the in room coffee is welcome when you come in from the rain!). From the moment Kevin checked us in until Wonzel ordered our cab back to the station, we were well looked after by all the staff who take a pride in their customer service. Our room was not only comfortable, it was huge and had everything we needed. There is a great buffet breakfast constantly replenished by the attentive staff and the breakfast room, and all the rest of the hotel, is spotless. There is coffee available in the lobby and if you are very lucky warm cookies! The lobby is full of local information, and old photos of the hotel which has an interesting history itself. The grounds are beautifully kept and on a warm sunny day it must be lovely to use the pool from where there is a great view. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's a short walk to the town, a short cab ride from the station, and there is a shopping plaza opposite the hotel with a big Rite Aid and best of all Pioppi's Liquors which is a fantastic shop. Good choice of channels and HBO on the hotel TV. Housekeeping finishes at 12 but if you put the do not disturb sign on as we did a few days they will leave clean towels and toiletries outside your room which I thought was a great idea. If you run out of anything else from the room just ask Wonzel like I did who is only too happy to help! I loved our stay and it was the perfect place for us in Plymouth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a few days when in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room at breakfast for us to all eat together. Service was excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed sitting outside as a group on the benches and chairs that were provided.

My review of Best Western Plus Cold Spring, Plymouth Massachusetts. The room had a muskie smell to it. On inspection of the shower, I opened the shower and the drip tray fell on the bathroom floor. The hot water faucet handle was so loose, I had to be careful it did not fall on the floor too.

Just out of town, this motel is quiet, clean and comfortable. There is more than adequate room, facilities include fridge, microwave and coffee making machine. One star off though - no safe. Breakfast good. Complimentary room wifi good.

Situated on the road into Plymouth from Boston. Easy 10/15 minute walk into the centre, road not busy, or just walk down to the sea on the road opposite. Hotel was clean and good service with the usual BW breakfast. In room coffee, fridge microwave. Room we had looked a little tired, and the initial smell of the cleaner or disinfectant they had used was a little overpowering, but it soon dissipated or we got use to it! It wasn't my first choice for these days but overall it was adequate for the nights we had and it was quiet.

It was the best stay I have ever had in Plymouth Massachusetts I am looking forward to come back again the breakfast was fantastic the coffee was fresh everyone is super Pleasant there is no word to describe anything the room are clean the front desk man was super happy and helpful it's a great location :) :) :)

This was a great stay... we were greeted warmly and offered an upgrade upon arrival, and we were very pleased with the suite we had. The breakfast was great... lots of choice, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Our only disppointment was that we only had one night in Plymouth to enjoy it!

What a super find this hotel was. We had a fantastic welcome, all the reception staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable, so many extras with this hotel. We had a room right at the back of the hotel with a lovely room over looking the pool and a view of the ocean. The pool was lovely and a really super spread for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions and a stonethrow from the beach.

I stayed at the Best Western for two nights, while visiting an elderly friend in nearby Duxbury. Not only was it easy travel between the two locations, it was, also, an easy walk to the Plymouth waterfront (shopping, Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, etc.) The hotel is a large, landscaped property of several buildings. The rooms are lovely & well-equipped. Fridge & microwave were included. Breakfast is available in the main building & includes various protein sources & hot foods. The staff was friendly & helpful. Hint--Unless you walk easily, ask to stay in the buildings near the road. Next trip to Plymouth, I will definitely stay here again!

The Best Western is a great place to stay. It is in a convenient location with access to downtown Plymouth and the waterfront to do all your shopping. The waterfront has all kinds of great restaurants to have great food and drinks.

Our room was far more than I had anticipated. There was a table and two chairs; a desk and desk chair; two queen size beds; a full bathroom as well as a sink and mirror outside the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was a treat to have the table and chairs available. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! There was everything from fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, meats, yogurt, and more pastries than I've ever seen at comparable motels. The serving dishes were never empty and the dining room staff was friendly and most helpful.

I have to say, I would stay here again for a short get away. The rooms were large and spacious. I had a king room. I loved the way the rooms were situated. It is near the center of Plymouth, MA literally around the corner from the beach. The front desk has a professional, personable customer service rep on duty. His name was Wonzel. He was so helpful. I wish I could have met Kevin, the Director of Sales, he is wonderful to work with. He was very flexible with me as I had a gift certificate and kept trying to use it over the summer, which the hotel was consistently sold out. NOT A BAD THING!!! It was nice...woke up Sunday morning to pouring rain, which made the day even better believe or not!!! We watched the New England Patriots put an butt-kicking on the Cleveland Browns..yep. Another one bites the dust!!!

Very nice property in Plymouth. Close to beach area with restaurants, shops, historical sites. The hotel was great, friendly staff at the desk, helpful, area map on back of hotel grounds map. Breakfast was in a very pleasant room with windows, well supplied, plenty of seating. Rooms were upscale, and very clean. Excellent property for the money.

A return visit to Plymouth resulted in a return visit to Cold Spring. Four years later we were met by the same gentleman on the desk, very friendly and luckily they had a room for the night. You usually manage to park outside your room which is convenient. We had a double Queen size room which was comfortable and clean. A breakfast is included which was enough for us too last the day.

We had 4 nights at this motel and it ticked every box. Being able to park directly outside the room was a huge plus and there are many room on the ground floor so people with children or mobility issue are going to find this really helpful. The staff at the front desk were really helpful and polite and directly opposite the reception area is a small fitness room which is very clean and well maintained. There is good air conditioning in the bedroom and the beds are huge. There is a hospitality tray in the room and a good size refrigerator. The breakfast room offers a good choice and this is in with the price of the room. Fresh fruit, juices, hot drinks, waffles yoghurts pastries, toast, 2 hot dishes. BUT. The layout of the servery and the tables in the dining area is hopeless. It needs some serious re adjusting as people wanting to get something from the servery are trying to squeeze themselves past the tables where people are sitting. It really is a poor layout but apart from that the staff do an excellent job of clearing away and making sure there is plenty of food coming out of the kitchen to top up the server. I would definitely stay there again - it's a good choice for people who are out and about every day.

For the price I feel it is expensive for a motel. Rooms are very old and tired and the fan on the bathroom sounded like a helicopter taking off. Everything didn't feel clean. Breakfast room don't bother unless you don't mind sitting on top of people in the smallest breakfast room I have ever seen Very budget but not worth the price

The room had a mild, musty odor. Window did not lock. Bed and bedding needed updating. One side of bed had a bit of a worn well or sunken area. Also, bed had mild urine odor in spots. The pillows were so big and hard, that I was more comfortable using my jacket as a pillow. Overall the room and property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was very nice and staff was terrific. Hotels should focus on sleep needs; after all, that is why we sleep in hotels.

We liked the setup of the property. It was spacious and nicely planned to blend in with the ambiance of the small town of Plymouth. The room was nice enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok - with good coffee and fresh fruit among other standard offerings. We were surprised how comfortable the bed was. Our only complaint was being in a room close to the street. Though the nights had less traffic, we are not used to any traffic noises and would have liked it quiet. We would stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was half of a small cottage away from the main strips of rooms. It had a nice sized fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast had something to suit everyone. Every single person on staff that we encountered went out of their way to make us feel at home. It felt like we were talking to old friends. The motel was only a few blocks from the wharf and it was an easy walk there and back. A small shopping center is directly across the street as well. Great price and super convenient!

Could not ask for a better place to stay while in the area. Front desk help very polite and helpful, they even gave us printed directions for a day trip! Breakfast area clean and well stocked, one morning we had to eat in the over flow area upstairs and a gentleman came up to offer refills on coffee! The room was spotless! I do believe this has been the best hotel we have stayed at on our many travels.

This hotel surprised and delighted us. We usually stay at a Hilton chain hotel and our previous stay in Plymouth was too far from town to walk. This is very different from any BW we have stayed in before. We drove past at first not seeing the sign because the hotel sits next to a stately residence. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the smiling Wonzel. He was cheerful at the end of the day and the next morning when I saw him again. He is a treasure in the hospitality business. We walked to town easily through a lovely neighborhood. I will always stay here when I return to Plymouth.

We spent three nights at the Best Western Cold Spring in Plymouth, MA. It was a great experience! We stayed in the Pricilla Alden room which was like having our own little cottage at a hotel! It was clean and the staff was great! The prices were the best!

The room was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was great. Really convenient location, very close to the waterfront and the downtown area.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Plymouth, MA. The hotel complex was so pretty and the room was just perfect! There was an outside pool set up on the hill which was quite pretty. The grounds were spotless as was the hotel room. Have never stayed in a hotel with such nice ammenities, such as a large bathroom counter in the bathroom and another one outside the room. Nice patio area outside the first floor rooms with tables and benches and chairs to enjoy the outdoors were there. It was just a very nice place to come back to after touring during the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights at the BW Plus Cold Spring, and were very happy to be there. For the cost is was quite nice, and better than we expected. Reception on arrival (Sheila) was very friendly and very helpful, with good recommendations on dining, and how to get around both by car and by foot. Room was comfortable and clean and spacious. Would suggest asking for an upper room or single storey bldg if you are a light sleeper so you don't have anyone walking around above you. Lovely wooded setting and quiet area, easy access to everything in Plymouth area.

This hotel is set on beautiful grounds. The pool had an ocean view and everything was clean. The staff, especially Wonzel, we're extremely friendly. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and they were happy to help. The rooms were a good size. The free breakfast was good. It consisted of eggs, sausages, porridge, cereal, toast, waffles, pastries and yogurts. There was something for everyone. I would definitely return!

The hotel structure was very unusual and pleasantly different. The property is well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. I enjoyed walking around the hotel's well landscaped property.

Stayed at the Best Western for our son's wedding weekend along with our out of town guests (24 rooms). The front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming and helpful. The grounds were lovely and the location quiet and convenient to town. Many of our guests were not used to "motor courts" but most enjoyed their stay very much. There seems to be a wide variety of room sizes and amenities. Some large rooms with fireplaces and at least one room with only a shower. The breakfast was quite good. One guest had a problem with noise coming from a utility room but the motel was quick to offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend the Best Western for a relaxing stay.

We have tried every hotel in Plymouth over the years and found BW Cold Springs has the best rooms, the best complimentary breakfast, and parking that is close to the room. The waterfront is an easy walk as is downtown. We especially like the proximity to may golf courses that my wife and can enjoy playing (not too long). There are many other things to do a short distance away. We have made Plymouth an annual vacation destination as well as dropping in for a long weekend.

Its always nice to come back here but this time the room decor has been updated. It looks very nice and more modern then it was. The color scheme still seems to fit well with the hotel - very tastefully done. The blockout curtains (best in the world!) are still there so you get a great nights sleep.

Beautiful and quiet environment, with good parking. The staff were very friendly. We came very late at night, but after calling the staff they arranged with information to get to the room on our own. Breakfast was very good in a tidy area. Everything was just perfect. May be a slight smell from the floor carpeting, but not a problem. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Øyvind

Lovely staff, lovely facilities (pool and gym), lovely breakfast, but the room we were given, although clean and comfortable was very dark and the low ceiling made it seem even more confined. Maybe we were given one of the cheaper rooms.

This was an excellent property. Set back in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the waterfront area. Beautifully maintained, nice landscape, attentive staff. Weren't sure what to expect in a busy touristy area but this place was a hidden gem. Good value as well. Breakfast buffet included and coffee and tea available all day.

From check in to check out, this motel did not disappoint. During check in, they took the time to show us a map of the property and pointed out the locations of everything. Then they showed us a map of the town and gave us pointers on where everything was located and even suggested various restaurants. Super nice pool area that you have mostly to yourself because everyone else is in town sightseeing. Really impressed with the complimentary breakfast which had enough choices to satisfy anyone. I really liked the parking spot right outside my door which was super wide. Everyone on the staff was just great. Did I mention quiet? Really quiet and peaceful. Tip: Parking in Plymouth can be a real challenge plus expensive. The free parking lots fill up fast. The paid lots are $1.00 an hour or $10.00 a day. The wharf area is less then a 20 minute walk from the hotel. So leave your car at the hotel and walk to attractions.

The grounds of the hotel are spacious and filled with trees. Our room was clean and comfortable. The windows open to get the fresh air. The complimentary hot breakfast was great! Across the street is a Rite-Aid, Liquor Store and a Pizza/TakeOut Cafe. It is walkable to the waterfront and attractions but it is not extremely close. We chose to drive.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. They have a breakfast included where you can make your own waffles. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is near the harbor, but of a walk though drive is better. Would definitely stay here again!!

From the moment we walked into the office to the check out the experience at this motel was more than pleasant...we checked in and the clerk filled us with information about the hotel, the area,and some of the best places to dine .... The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable .... Recommend highly!!!

Really glad we picked this hotel, The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was clean & the complimentary breakfast was very good. The pool was nice & clean. The whole setting of the hotel was calm & tranquil which was great after the bustle & noise of New York. It's just a couple of blocks to the sea front. There are a few shops opposite the hotel to pick up essentials. There's also plenty of good restaurants in walking distance

The grounds are well-maintained, rooms are spacious, updated and clean. The staff is hard-working, courteous and friendly. Upper section of rooms nearest the pool likely have a distant view of the ocean since I could see the ocean a little from the poolside. Breakfast was nice for my family. Easy walk to the Nelson park. What kept this from being a 5...beds were too firm for both my husband and I, ran out of hot water on our last night there (appeared to be a full house) and the DirectTV went out at about 9pm our last night there. Overall, would still recommend and return.

We spent two nights at Best Western Plus Cold Spring on our way to Boston. What a find! The service was beyond expectation, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Wonzel at the front desk was extremely helpful as well as personable. We loved Wonzel! The free hot breakfast was plentiful and yummy. There is a nice outdoor pool. Plymouth's attractions were a short walk from the motel. This is the best Best Western I have stayed in - not your average roadside motel!

Stayed here for a week. Cannot fault anything at all. Staff all very pleasent and polite. Wonzel on reception is a star. Breakfast is excellent enough choices and additional seating upstairs at busy times.

Very friendly staff who try to help out wherever they can. The owner even gave us a lift when the shuttle bus didn't turn up. Good pool with towels provided. Walk into Plymouth very easy, only 10mins to the water front. Breakfast had a good range of food.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were neat and tidy and had a nice overall appearance. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and our room was cleaned every day. Thanks BW!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. It has a really cozy cabin vibe to it and the staff were the best. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, we felt so comfortable. The best service we've ever had in a hotel. The rooms were really clean and in great shape. Hot showers and mini fridges in all the rooms.The only downside is that the beds are getting to be a little on the old side. They're probably ready to be replaced. While the prices are a little steep during the summer, they are worth it. The hotel is located right on the main drag of Plymouth and you can get to any of the action by walking about a half mile - about 10 minute walk. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Plymouth.

I haven't stayed at a motel in ages, and this was a great one. It was pretty and well kept. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast is served down in the lobby, and if the breakfast area is full, they have outdoor seating. Would recommend.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here for 3 nights. The place is great. Would definitely stay here again. I would though, request a room on the second floor next time, just a little to noisy in the morning on bottom floor. My sister stayed in one of the cottages offered and they were great too. Front desk was very accommodating. Within walking distance to harbor and dining.

We stayed one night here during a buddies golf trip. Considering the locale, this was a good bargain. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy and refrigerator in room. Both of the gentlemen who we dealt with at the front desk during check in and out were very courteous. The pool has not yet opened (5/15) but will soon. What's nice is the free breakfast which consisted of a Belgian waffle maker, danishes, oatmeal, greek yogurt, cereal, bagels, eggs, bacon, muffins, fruit and who knows what else I left out! Of course, juice, coffee, tea and some other drinks. I left feeling good!! Would stay again!

Kevin is mentioned often in reviews, and not without reason. He worked with us to change a 1 night stay into a 3 night. The grounds are immaculate and all the staff we spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. We travel a lot throughout Canada and the USA and have stayed in some of the worst and many of the best. This hotel has to be in the top 10 Best. Great location to visit Plymouth and close to some very good eating places. If you read a bad review for this hotel, please ignore it. Obviously the owners provide the staff with the $ tools $ to do the job. Not something all hotels do.

Reception was so accommodating, offering 24 hr coffee/tea with cookies. They were very helpful on tourist places. Our room 48 was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were great! Housekeeping did a great job. Nice Pool (no life guard), nice grounds. Across the street from a little mall (liquor, pizza, discount variety store, exercise place, quick bite stand). This hotel serves a nice buffet off the reception area. You can sit inside or outside. I love the outside sitting. They serve eggs, cheese omelettes (small), sausage, hot waffles, yogurt, fruit salad and fruit (bananas, apples,) several types of cereal, hot cereal, different coffees, and teas. Bagels, toast, english muffins, slices bread, etc. All hot items were hot especially the coffee. You can walk to Water street (left out of hotel, right on Nelson Street, then all the way down to Water Street, where there are countless restaurants, plymouth rock, Mayflower II, stores. Or you can drive, 5 minutes and park for free or pay a dollar or two. We found housekeeping, and the cafe staff very accommodating and friendly.

This is a very lovely place, very cosy feel at walking distance from the quaint city center of Plymouth. grounds are lush green and well kept. Rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. A very good bed, good mattresses and pillows. Small fridge is great to put some water in, airconditioning works like a charm and the shower seems recently re-done. great sink with a lot of space for your stuff. Also lovely that every room has 2 chairs outside to sit and relax. Breakfast is good, enough to choose from and very very friendly staff everywhere! So genuinely kind and helpful. Our thanks go out to the reception and breakfast room staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Plymouth from the UK. This is a motel style place with good sized rooms with a fridge and microwave, the bathrooms are a good size. The staff are very welcoming and informative. There is a buffet breakfast serving hot and cold items. There is a nice outdoor pool with plenty of towels too. We really enjoyed our stay here, the room being adequate for a family of four.

Best Western never disappoints, it just exceeds expectations. After 4 long arduous days sightseeing the big sign greeting us was very welcoming. Comfortable clean and courteous is their mainstay. The staff were great as always and the room was perfect. The breakfast was fulfilling and set us up for another day of adventure.

We liked the multi-level group of rooms and the landscaping. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Swimming pool is very attractive and the breakfast room was clean and just roomy enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just for a one night stay but we enjoyed the partial view of Plymouth Bay and the setting. I will choose again if in Plymouth.

The way this property is laid out, it gives the guest a feel of being at a bed and breakfast. it is tucked away from the busy city area, but only a few blocks away from the Harbor area which is filled with great places to eat. The property is very well taken care of.

This facility is great. Set on a multi-level property, the Motel has front door parking, great breakfasts and a quiet environment for a long or short stay. the pool was located in an area to avoid noise from it annoying other residents. We were very happy with our experience and, would stay there again if in the area.

I stayed at this Best Western for 2 different occasions in May and August and both times I was please with the grounds & staff. The rooms were clean and relatively quiet. The breakfast was great, especially the waffles! Fruit was fresh!!

Stayed with family just for one night unfortunately. Lovely welcome by reception staff with some great info about the surrounding area and restaurants. Rooms were perfect for the price point and the hotel offers a fitness room and lovely pool as well as convenient free parking. Hotel is maintained well and gardens also. Pretty close walk to the fantastic Plymouth centre. Overall, this hotel is much much better than the price would suggest, fully recommend a stay.

after all day long sight seeing tours, getting back to our best western was a much welcome relief. Boston was hot and humid and the pool was wonderful, we were able to head back out for dinner down by the ocean and enjoy the local flavor and be rested for another day. we were very pleased with the staff and service and would recommend this best western to all....

This hotel was so wonderful! The staff, Mark and Wonzell greeted us so warmly, gave us lots of advice on where to go, what to do. The rooms were so clean, rocking chairs on the balcony, patio seating, a nice breakfast that's included. Highly recommend.

Although the rooms were updated they still seemed old. They were spacious and clean. My only complaint about the room was the constant on and off of the AC. I loved the layout of the motel and the breakfast was good with fresh fruit/again very clean. The workout room had cheap equipment and the one treadmill kept turning off during use. The staff was exceptional.

We stayed here, expecting a run of the mill motel.......what we found was an updated, clean, delightfully comfortable place to spend some time..... The beds seemed brand new and comfortable. You could have convinced me the room was brand new and I was one of the first to stay....... The grounds are well kept. The location is great........just a short walk to the heart of Plymouth and the Mayflower II. Buffet breakfast was served. There are many good restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner......

We were here for a wedding but also appreciated the easy access to downtown Plymouth. Our room was comfortable though the pillows on the bed were rather too thick for comfortable sleeping! Breakfast was good though the breakfast room got rather crowded; even though there is an upstairs option, no-one seemed to want to use it!

Great place to stay. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids and the staff were very friendly. One of the 'nicest' best westerns I have been too and I go to many. The town itself is a nice place to stop and the hotel is close to the centre. Highly recommend

Room was extremely spacious for large family of 6, plenty of room for everyone. Breakfast was very good lots of choices to keep everyone happy and full! Some people enjoy a firm mattress, not me way too firm, but thats a personal choice, everything else was great!

For a best western, this place surpassed my expectations! The rooms were clean and fresh - microwave and fridge included. Every room has their individual router for better internet connection. The place in general, feels like a resort. The breakfast had a huge collection. The location of the hotel is just perfect- maybe about a mile from the harbor. Overall, an excellent place to relax and have a great vacation!!

We stayed here one night, got in late and checked out early. The manager was very nice at check-in and the room was adequate for our needs. The location was excellent for visiting Plymouth Rock and The Mayflower. We did not stay long enough but the pool looked nice and we were sorry that we missed the complimentary breakfast.

If we ever visit the area again we will stay at the Best Western. Love the location and atmosphere. Within walking distance to historical landmarks. A nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The landscaping was beautiful. Breakfast was very good - hot and cold items available.

I'm not a fan of Best Western Hotels or indeed of 2.5 hotels generally but this one surprised us with the standard of accommodation and grounds. Wonzel got us off to a good start at check in and we felt warmly welcomed. Requested a second floor room and this was not a problem. Room was nicely sized, looked like it had been updated but TV would have benefitted from HBO or similar. Grounds were landscaped and well maintained and outdoor pool was great although, again, would have benefitted by having more umbrellas. Two umbrellas for a pool area of this size is just not enough. Breakfast included, didn't fancy the burger/sausage type meat but everything else was fine. Overall, did best Best Western and 2.5 hotels proud!!

My son and I spent overnight here and really enjoyed our stay. This Best Western is set up like a small village which is quite unique. The front desk staff was very friendly gave a great orientation of what there is to see and do and also the location of the Lobster Hut Restaurant. He even offered a map of Plymouth. Outstanding service!! The room was very comfortable and spacious. I didn't have to spend any money here as I used my Best Western points. I will be back and recommend others to this hotel.
