Best Western Inn of Pinetop

This facility had several pluses- comfortable bed, takes pets including cats, great price, room heat/cool system quite & room coffee was above normal. Minuses- breakfast area not managed well, no elevator, & verify your bill

First off, the rate we were given was low, which was appreciated, but after seeing the room we felt that was a fair rate. This is a very dated place, but is clean and the parking lot was safe, and it was super quiet (I don't think there were a lot of guests in the hotel when we stayed). The front desk attendant was extremely nice and helpful. That said, there were a few things that would keep me from staying here again. 1) the room smelled strongly of Febreeze. So strongly it was overwhelming and made me instantly nauseous. In hindsight, I should have gone to the desk and found another place. I have health issues that make these strong “air fresheners” a huge problem for me. We aired out the room for a couple hours and left fan running all night and it was tolerable. 2) this is a TINY room. It'd probably be ok for a solo traveler. The bathroom was minuscule and there really wasn't anywhere to set down bags in the room other than one smallish desk. There was an odd outdoor plant stand in the room that I guess was meant to be a table? 3) tv could only be turned off by pushing power on TV (remote turned it on but not off) 4) breakfast wasn't stocked very well and had to ask for napkins. Also there were some folks at breakfast that gave off strong “long term guests” vibe. 5) if I was disabled, I wouldn't stay here in the winter. The handicapped spaces were two solid sheets of ice. Very dangerous. 6) the door. You really had to pull it hard to get it to actually shut. All in all, it's adequate but not a place I would stop at again, nor pay a high room rate.

Kudos to Valerie front desk in the morning. This girl takes care of breakfast and the front desk at the same time with a smile on her face the entire time doing her job very well. Pros. Everything worked in the room. Cons. Business Center wasn't working, I asked the afternoon front desk if it was working . But she was more concerned with talking on her private phone than answering a simple question. The microwave in my room, the inside, plate, was disgusting with dirt. The room was not very clean. The daily rate is very high for the service provided.

So disappointed hot tub is a storage room and they ran out of bacon super early … the staff was super sweet and the rooms were clean however the heater had a hard time keeping it warm we had to drive down the road to use a hot tub at a sister hotel and the kids running up and down the balcony were kinda loud but staff addressed it several times there were no vending machines and access to the other side of the hotel wasn't easy

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in went quick and smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy and the location of the hotel was perfect! The grounds were well maintained! We will be back!

I come to Pinetop several times a year and we always stay at the Best Western Inn! Staff is always friendly and nice, and our rooms are always clean. If we need extra towels or blankets, housekeepers are on it.

Room was clean, and situated right next to The Picnic Basket for lunch. Check-in clerk was kind, helpful, and gave a great recommendation for dinner (Mr. Zeke's). Nice, and quiet, and still on the main street through town for convenience. Close to shopping as well, in case anything was forgotten. Weather was perfect and peaceful, made a great trip even better!

So many issues with this location. I would highly recommend continue looking. Poor service, Poor quality, in my opinion fraud online photos. Pool is at another hotel. No pool at this location. Rooms are very small. Cleaners do not clean the room most days. Food is limited by the person they hired to serve you. Can not get your own drinks or cereal.

The rooms were well appointed and clean. However, some of the guests in the next room and outside were pretty loud in the weeee hours of the morning. Beds were comfortable . Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for those who do not have food allergies or are VEGAN. They need to offer vegan options

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Pinetop!! Fernando was so kind and helpful with any request I had. The staff was also so very welcoming! I will definitely be staying here again! I am very appreciative.

We had a wonderful two nights stay in pinetop for the ballon festival. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Convenient location to restaurants, coffee shops and hiking trails. Dog friendly too! Will stay there again.

Nice stay. Nice weather. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Dark drapes. Have stayed at BW many times over last 10 years. PineTop is very easy to maneuver around. It was 105 in Phx and maybe a high of 78 in Pinetop.

Very nice place for price point. Room was very clean including new, clean carpet. Bathroom fixtures newer except tub. Signs of wear but clean and white. Towels were newer and fluffy but not large. Beds were OK; pillows were great! Breakfast was typical, not fantastic. Coffee was really good. Staff, especially service for breakfast, was very friendly. Son lives in Az. Look forward to staying here again.

Great! Kathy at front desk was great. Super friendly and very helpful. We had arrived in Pinetop in the middle of a bad winter storm (which we expected and were there to ski). Booked hotel was closed (Ya total joke...Timberland Inn), so we needed a room. We have stayed here several times before and BW did not disappoint. Great service and a clean, nice room.

If I could review this worse than terrible, I would. Fernando has zero customer service skills. I'm really wondering why he works at a hotel. Fernando argued with me, and just because I asked him a question, he told me not to raise my voice at him and that I should find somewhere else to stay. I drive for a living and was on the road all day in the snow storm. I stay here EVERY WEEK. I did not raise my voice until he started arguing with me and told me that I need to tell his emoyees how to do their job. Instead of being anything close to accommodating, all he did was try to top my frustration with his attitude and had to get in the last word. He does not know how to talk to people at all.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, They're remodeling the rooms slowly. The older rooms are still well maintained. Breakfast is complimentary and provides a hot meal. Muffins, fruit etc are available. Nice that they allow dogs, makes travelling with them easy.

Stayed two nights and it was an okay BW. Old and outdated. This place needs upgrading. There are not many motels in this town so the BW was one of the few choices. The room was clean and the bed was okay. The heater was the old under the window type and was loud. It kept us awake during the night with its constant start and stopping activity. This motel was a little below what we normally see with BW motels.

We asked for a handicapped room: The toilet is too low. We were guaranteed a walk in shower but ended up with a tub. We could not use the AC as it was smelling like mildew. The bed was comfortable. The place could use an update.

We stayed while visiting the area for hiking and leisure. Very quiet hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Real scrambled eggs, sausage, OJ and coffee. Food and coffee steaming hot and OJ ice cold. Very good stay at this hotel.

I booked a nice holiday weekend over 4th of July and paid for it. When full, the booking agents cancelled my reservation, and relisted our room for a much higher rate to maximize their profit, which I think is illegal. Not fair, not right! If you think you have a reservation for an important holiday, beware! They might just pull the rug out from under you!

This is a quiet, simple hotel. No real frills, but, it serves its purpose. Beds are fairly comfortable and lots of pillows. Room was clean and smelled fine. Plenty of towels, plus a microwave and refrigerator. WiFi was very hit or miss, used my phone hotspot instead. Breakfast is available, but, you can't serve yourself yet so server tries to give you a rundown of what they have than slaps it on your plate for you. Food was basic but ok. I would stay again if the situation arose. Not a bad hotel, just average.

Great location, comfortable room, but very poor water pressure. The shower stopped flowing completely during the middle of a shower. The room was acceptable. Parking was good and right in front of the room. They had great hot chocolate in the lobby. We sadly would not stay here again because of the water pressure issues.

A small, no frills motel conveniently located on Pine Top's main drag. Check in personnel accommodated request of 2nd floor room, which was amazingly clean and functional. A quiet night's sleep. Burger King directly across the street and minutes away from restaurants and gas stations.

Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants The staff is efficient, curtious and always available to assist. The hotel is older but well maintained. The cleaning staff makes sure the rooms are clean. The beds are good. The carpet in the rooms is older

We arrived early in day, needed to rest while traveling +no reservation. Fernando was working, greeted me with a smile. I explained my situation. Found me a room +told me to dial "O",if I needed anything or had a ?. Room was clean, fridge ,microwave, in room coffee. Very comfortable beds. Rain shower head !!!!! In the morning, Fernando was there, asked if I had enjoyed my stay. We will definitely came back here.

This is the best place to stay in Pinetop-Lakeside. The rooms are clean and are in an excellent location. The Lake is close by. Restaurants, hiking trails, churches are only a few minutes away. There is an young man who I believe runs the hotel who is excellent at managing the facility and is great in customer service. Staff are all polite and cordial. And you cannot beat the price. We were just here over the Easter Holiday weekend and the cost was about 60% of other surrounding hotels and lodges would be. Great place!! I highly recommend it.

The staff made us feel welcome. The building needs sprucing up over a winter of I guess, bad weather. Walking my dog was not fun there. The room itself was presentable. I guess I remember before Covid hotels were taken better care of, and the prices weren't as high.

Lodging was a typical small town option. Room clean and bed comfortable. Bed could have used a duvet or another blanket. Towels thin and rough and bathroom small. We chose to eat off site so did not try the breakfast offered. No on site gym equipment (offered off site)and the hot tub not working at the time. Front desk person friendly enough. Overall not the best value, although not many options in Pinetop.

I stay at this hotel several times a year. This review is consistant with each visit. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were pleasant, considerate and helpful. The hotel is older but the rooms are clean and updated to make the stay comfortable.

Pinecrest Road is the cross street to the hotel. You can walk your dogs to the end of the road right from the hotel and it is a trail walk that you and your dogs will love. It is all open and has a map of the trail as you enter. The trail loop is 8 miles, but we never did the whole loop. The hotel is dog friendly and the staff is real good. The breakfast bar was not self serve. They had a server to dish up your plate of eggs, bacon, sausage, bisquets and gravy. They also had fresh fruit and yogurt. Cereal that was help yourself. They had to give you, milk and your choice of juice. The coffee bar and hot chocolate was open all day. After a brisk walk with the dogs it felt good to come back and make a hot chocolate.

We love staying at this Best Western because we know that it is always extremely clean and everything works well in the room. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is once again a hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy.

woke up to five inches of snow in October, room was very comfortable, QUIET, and great service form all at office, can be easily overlooked by more expensive motels in area-read overpriced, we stay here every time passing through

I passed up several less expensive options to travel a bit out of our way for this hotel, but I think we would have enjoyed our stay more somewhere else. If we had time to enjoy the surprisingly beautiful Pinetop area or if the jacuzzi had not been removed it would have probably been well worth the extra money. But in our experience we received less value here than at the low-end SureStay where we recently stayed. Also,, due to problems with my personal computer, I really needed to use the computer in the lobby, but it was unavailable. If the computer was shut down due to Covid, that's ridiculous and unnecessary (but this hotel seems to be holding on to Covid restrictions longer than others we experienced on our recent cross-country trip, even though Arizona is typically more open now).

We were blown away by this property. It is listed as a 2-star property, but felt like a 4-star once we got inside. The price was great. The staff obviously cares about this place, because it is well run and clean as a whistle. Don't let the outside lackluster appearance fool you! We had an upstairs room off the main street, as requested, and it was very peaceful.

We went to Best Western in Pinetop on 404 East Mountain Blvd. We received excellent service. They provided a hot breakfast with a smile. The room was very clean and nice. We have been traveling and were promised breakfast at other hotels but nothing was provided. It is also in an area with beautiful pine trees and places to eat and hike. The receptionist recommended a good Italian place called Red Devil pizza and it was great. We will definitely be back again.

Yesterday at 3:00 I called the front desk to cancel my reservation for that night (change of plans on my part). The front desk person said they were sold out that night and I would be responsible for the charge unless they sold the room. In about 30 minutes, the person called to tell me the room was rented and I would receive my deposit back. Obviously, I would never have known the room was subsequently rented and the hotel could have sold the same room twice but they did the right thing. Thanks to an honest employee!

This is an older hotel so it's a bit of a faded rose, however the staff is exceptional and they take great attention to the visitors. They've had a very good hot breakfast buffet in the past. I like to get a hot breakfast instead of just a roll and a drink. Covid had stopped that until this last trip. They are back serving a hot breakfast. I travel to this area several times a year and always stay here. It's within walking distance to hiking trails. Great food is also within walking distance for most people. The rest of the Lakeside/Pinetop area can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Very nice staff, clean and updated rooms, and dog friendly! We had a great corner room with a little patio area. Check in was friendly and helpful. Very accomodating. Love that they are pet friendly. Hope to stay again soon!

First time traveling since March 2020. (Thanks Covid) Parking is right outside your room, easy to unpack, room was quiet, clean and pet friendly. Staff in the front office was great. We encountered a blizzard on our drive in and was late arriving. I called to confirm we wouldn't lose our reservation. The front desk staff was helpful throughout our stay. We will return again. It was a short drive to Sunrise and the restaurant next door was fabulous for breakfast.

This Best Western was comfortable, accessible and quiet. I tend to pick Best Western because of their cleanliness and availabilty, even though sometimes a little pricey, Enjoy their decor and the beds are always comfortable. The rewards program is an added bonus.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to Pinetop. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was a bit disappointing. The carpet was very dirty--it should be replaced with tile or laminate since it is a pet room. The bathtub was damaged-the bottom was "squishy". The overall room was not as clean as it should be. This was a different room then we normally stay in.

This is a GREAT location, BUT- Dirty, damp, sticky carpets with bad odor. Bed has hard spring mattress.. Bathroom door sticks shut, bug bites from bed, towel bars falling off, hair in tub drain. Aged, and tired, needs deep cleaning and updating.

Simon, the General Manager, very hands-on making sure the rooms are spic and span and the guests are happy. Friendly staff. Price was a bargain for the room. Well located near an Eddie's Grocery Store and Red Devil Italian restaurant. Modern HVAC unit, refrigerator, good coffee in lobby, and a machine in the room. Exceeded expectations.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. I saw on the website that the breakfast area would be closed right now, but that they were offering "individually wrapped" "grab and go" breakfast. Considering they claim to have "award winning breakfast" i thought this would be a bagel or homemade muffin, maybe some fresh fruit, but to my disappointment it was a brown bag with an apple juice box, a small pre- packaged blueberry muffin and a nutrigrain bar. There were no options, i was just handed a rolled up mystery bag by a disgruntled employee. Then there are the things the website doesn't mention. The jacuzzi is closed and if you are staying more than 1 night, housekeeping will not enter your room to clean / replenish anything. They say that safety and cleanliness are their priority, but the staff was not wearing protective gear, i was not offered hand sanitizer and last but not least, the floor of our room was filthy. The bottom of my feet were black after walking across it once. I understand that these are trying times, but it seems like they are taking advantage of the situation to pay only a Skeleton crew and get rid of all of their amenities, but still charge the same amount to their guests. If you're considering staying here right now, I would either pay more and stay someplace nicer or pay less for a hotel that doesn't offer the extras because you will get the same level of service in the end.

room 2 queen beds crammed in small room, when called asked for roll in shower as I can't step up I had to go back to desk clerk to get proper room. Needs new bedding ,you can hear people next room using toilet.

Got up early and discovered the shower not working..Attempted to call the front desk got the recording the mail box is full.. Drove home, made call to mgr.. 1st response was he has just stepped out.. 3 hrs later he is expected to be in in just a few minutes.. left my number for call back...no response.. this was a horrible place to stay.. Best Westerns has a rep as a nice place.. this was awful

The breakfast room was continually packed throughout the morning and when I finally got a chance to get in there was nothing left. When I politely inquired I was "greeted" with a barrage of complaints from the front desk person saying they were also the "running" the kitchen and was the only person there. The poor level of customer service was astonishing and this was my first interaction with any of the staff. I've traveled to hotels all over the world and I can say this was the worst customer service I've experienced.

We always stay at Best Western when we travel, and this one did not disappoint. Very clean quiet and nice surroundings. They are also complying with the Covid-19 guidelines Front desk was vert helpful.

This particular location has beautiful views, & is close to many terrific places to eat. The rooms are clean, quiet & have all the necessities. The selection of TV channels is good too, something for everyone.

Drove up to Pinetop for a weekend getaway from the Phoenix heat. What a great hotel. Rooms are nice and very clean. The entire staff was friendly and answered any questions I had about the area for food and entertainment. Highly recommend.

We had most wonderful sleep. The room was cool from the air conditioning and the bed was exceedingly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed here on and off for over 34 years now, and always enjoy our stay.

My stay at the Best Western in Pinetop was great. Rooms were clean, staff extremely friendly. Would stay there again. Prices are very reasonable. It was a great weekend getaway. Can't wait to plan another trip up

Very nice facility. Bed was very comfortable, which is what I like. Staff was very nice too, very personable. I definitely will come back more often! Not too far from shopping. Reasonable on price as well.

I was there with my wife and was absolutely amazed by how clean this place was. Both my wife and I made comments about how clean the rooms were. The staff was super accomodating and nice as well. I will definitely be back with the family for our next trip. See you soon!

There are plenty of places to stay in Pinetop-Lakeside. While we have stayed at this Best Western before, we will likely try another motel next go-round. The parking lot is a bit run down (weeds, cigarrette butts, etc.) and the front desk guy at check-out was unenthuiastic about answering basic questions. Granted, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet....both very important features! Overall, the place just seems a bit run down.

Very nice property. Friendly and helpful staff. We missed the breakfasts we had there on our last stay. Very good for the price. Will definitely stay there again should we return to the area. Good location.

We enjoyed our two nights here, [as we always have in the past]. We had a restful sleep and a good hot breakfast each morning. There was an excellent selection of breakfast items and good protein to eat.

There is not a lot of other hotel options in the area, and this is probably one of the better options. The room was clean but dated, and we were next to the jacuzzi area, which I think made the room have an odd smell. Check in and check out was easy with no issues, however hospitality was lacking, no smile, no how are you, no how was your stay. You pretty much got the feeling they wanted you to just move on, and it was a different person for check in and out. Heating/cooling unit wouldn't work, but we didn't try it until the middle of the night, so we just dealt with it. TV quit working as we were packing to leave. Breakfast was fine, the normal continental. I did fill out the emailed survey on my experience and the GM emailed back saying they would do better in the future. I would stay here again, as I said at the start, not a lot options, and for now this might be as good as gets in the area.

Great place, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Nice set up for breakfast and ample parking. Will definitely be back soon and looking forward to my next visit!

We always enjoy staying at this Best Western. We always get welcomed with courtesy and respect. We always get great sleep on the comfortable beds. We found everyone helpful and very friendly. We will stay here again in the future.

The facility was extremely clean and the people both friendly and helpful. The handicapped room's bath room was large with ample room for a wheelchair. There is a microwave and refrigerator both clean provider in the room There was a good variety of breakfast foods provided. It was quiet and right next door is the Picnic Basket restaurant and a cross the street is a Burger King.

Friendly staff. They let us switch rooms so we could be closer to our friends. Nice and quiet even though it is on the main road. The hot breakfast had a good assortment and the staff kept it well stocked Within walking distance of the brewery. The towels were nice, much better feel than most hotel towels.

Great place to stay we really enjoyed our time there. We were greeted with opened arm's with the staff being very helpful with advice in the area and recommendation's on where to find things. I highly recommend Best Western for anyone on business or just a pleasure trip.

The room and grounds were exceptionally clean and inviting. The breakfast was as good as any we've had. And the cost was very reasonable for the quality of the unit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved our stay Best Western Pinetop. Four of us had two rooms. They were clean, quiet and near many restaurants with lots of yummy foods. Asked the staff for restaurant recommendations. Glad we did. We had brunch at Darby's Cafe. There was a 45 minute wait but it was worth it. Large portions of yummy foods at reasonable prices. Would visit them again.

This Best Western is the place to stay when visiting the Arizona White Mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rates are comparable to other hotels. Our group stays here every September and wouldn't consider leaving the best of hotels.

This is a nice hotel to stay at while you may be in the Show Low AZ. area. Very quite, clean and safe. Close to everything the area has to offer. We love this area so much that we have decided to make an offer on a property.

We checked in for one night to visit with some friends. The check in process was very easy. We were accommodated a second floor room. The room was extremely clean, smelled good, and had every amenity that you really needed. It appeared that the room had been recently updated as all furniture looked new. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights, good location to trails and parks. We had 2 queen beds and they were very comfortable.The room was clean and spacious and the shower head was great. The breakfast was served in a decent size room and there were plenty of choices, hot and cold. Staff was very helpful, giving us info and trail maps etc. We would stay here again.

As a business traveler, i look for clean, comfy, and professional. This property has it all. Something for everyone during breakfast time, comfortable beds, professional staff and a clean property. I would recommend and will be staying in the near future.

Have stayed here in the past and found it to be a very nice hotel but it has slipped a great deal now. The room furnishings were older and the condition of the carpet was disgusting. If you walked on it with bare feet it blackened the bottom of your foot so bring flip flops. The breakfast was OK. We stayed several days and our room was made up very late in the day and one day was not made up at all and there was no one to make it up at all that late in the day.

For the most part, the Best Western provided an adequate two-night budget motel experience. However, there were a couple of rude surprises. First, buy new linens!! We pulled back the bedspread to discover a small, but noticeable bloodstain on one of the sheets. Ewwww. Also, it's time for some new room TVs. Picture on ours was fuzzy and distorted.

The staff is extremely rude. The hotel does not comply with their written policies and then tells you that you never talked to customer service to cancel your rooms. The floors in the bathroom were very dirty, enough to have black on the towels placed on the ground. Do not stay here

We came down to enjoy the nice weather and the White Mountain Balloon Festival. We enjoyed our stay, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean and great amenities. We'll come back : )

Stayed at This Best Western Pinetop AZ since we were looking for a Pet friendly hotel. Hotel had an Amazing staff, greated you at check in, Room was very cleaN and it comes with Free Breakfast ( BACON, EGGS,POTATOES, BISCUITS AND GRAVY). Hotel is near all the amenities, Bar, restaurant and walking distance to hiking trail 8.5 mile loop.My dog had a great time!!! I will definitely recommend Best Western Pinetop AZ to All my friends and Family.

I wanted to give a shoutout to the owner, Simon Rizk, for his friendly service. He does an excellent job keeping the property clean and enjoyable. The price was right for our family trip. We loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning, it's a big help to start the day right. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of hiking. Overall very happy with our stay here, we plan on staying here again.

This is an ok value. Pictures were misleading, the door opens to outside. Blankets were not fresh, pillows flat, and beds not great. The price was reasonable and property was clean but needed some maintenance. I won't stay again but ok option if price is main concern

This is a nice BW property, with the standard amenities and a reasonable room rate. The Pinetop area has several good restaurants and it is not far from Show Low where we were engaged in a business event. The room was clean and well furnished, the breakfast fare adequate, but not inspired. We will stay here next time we are in the area.

Very friendly staff with great knowledge of the area. Clean rooms and a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area, I know that I will being staying there the next time I am in the area for business or pleasure.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Checkout is 11am but house keeping clearly wanted us out and truer to come in twice at 9.50 and 10am before we were ready. Towels although snelling clean were a wierd beige colour which made them look grubby. Plastic cutlery in breakfast area is the cheapest of the cheap so you cant spread your butter on the toast. Have been here before but may try somewhere else next time. Disappointing.

We have stayed here several times in the last 5 years, been just great every year until this year. I don't know if there is a new manager or owner, but it's not the same. Room was still neat and clean, but is in need of [repair] upkeep. The stairs need help, the only ice machine is on the front side of the hotel even though another one could be placed on the backside to accomodate the guests on that side. The parking lot had not been fully plowed (8 days) after a good size storm, making necessary parking unavailabe. Emplyoees were parking in the alleyway, partially blocking access to the backside of the property. Breakfast food ran out not even an hour after opening. Took over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Used to be our place for a weekend ski trip, not so convinced anymore. If they have a new manager or owner, maybe the previous should come back before it ends up being a Motel 6. Best thing about this trip and hotel was it was nice and quiet depite being booked up.

Easy access from the main drag into this Best Western. Great value at less than $100 for 4 of us. (You can get a 5th person in a roll up bed for $15) . All with free breakfast where you can load up before heading to Sunrise ski slopes about 40 mins away. This hotel has an awesome very large inside hot tub which is great after a hard days skiing- we used it every day. There are several great restaurants within 3 minutes of the motel. Had no issues with this Bw Motel for the value you get and being in the middle of Pinetop. The motel personnel are helpful and very friendly.

Beautiful area. Im a business traveler. I like this property because it is clean, rooms are comfy, staff is helpful. You can walk around the area. Snow during this visit was minimimal. I will stay again.

The hotel and the rooms were great. The guests, not so great. People were so loud and rude checking in. I finally took my blankets, and layered on my clothes and tried to sleep in the back of our car. At 1:30 and 24 degrees, it was just too cold. We asked to be moved, our room was at the top of the stairs, and they were very accomodating . We were so impressed with how clean the hotel is, the beds were very comfortable. It's just too bad that some people are so insensitive to others when checking in late at night.

Understandably an older property, rooms were good but breakfast was lacking and crowded. Location was great, rooms were good. Was close to all we wanted to do & see while in the White Mountains.Jan. is colder and snow was on the ground, great ambiance. Lots of local history & historic sites in and around the area.

Spent two night here recently but Pinetop does not advertise the street numbers where you can see them and this place is a little hard to find. It would help if the put the address...ie 404....near the entrance so people looking for the number can find it. The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of most everything you might like. Rooms we comfortable and clean...your just sleeping there so what more do you want??

Called hotel direct to make reservation. Offered only a more expensive King suite or double queen. They were full due to MLK weekend. Needed a pet friendly hotel. They delivered both. Overall a very decent property. Did opt for more expensive room because we prefer a king bed. Probably not worth the upgraded price, but it was a nice, clean, well appointed room. Did not notice elevator, so hauled all our stuff up to 2nd floor. Breakfast area and breakfast somewhat weak.

First time at this property. Spent one night as a family. Great location on made road in town. Not far to drive to dining, casino and ski resort. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond for customer service. Front staff member cleaned our car off from snow for us! Breakfast was hot, plentiful and eating area not too crowded. Although located on a main road, our room was in back of property and very quiet. Heater ran quietly enough. WiFi worked fine. We forgot to pack bathing suits for the jacuzzi but will make sure to do it for our next stay. Thank you to the staff at this Best Western for the great stay.

Came here for a few days from the valley to enjoy the snow. Stayed here as I have stayed at Best Western Hotels elsewhere and have always had good experiences. Plus they offer free breakfast and are pet friendly. Staff was all friendly and check in was quick. Got our room and it appeared clean. Noticed a slight smell of urine from the closet. Likely from a previous dog. Really not noticeable, just a little more of a check of the property than normal due to having a dog and not wanting any unexpected charges. Told staff and they stated they would have housekeeping clean it extra well the next day. That night, the heater was set to automatic and only 69. Everyone woke up that evening as the room was EXTREMELY warm. Difficult time sleeping. Breakfast was good. Standard affair. I have seen more options at other Best Westerns, but the food that was there was warm, good, and plentiful, which is more than enough when it's free. After several hours in the snow, returned around 2pm and found our room was still not cleaned. Told staff not to worry about it as we were going to leave our dog there for the afternoon. That night, same issue with the heat, waking us up at 1am. Actually had to turn the air on to cool full time to keep the room comfortable. We have had a lot of good experiences with Best Western, and this was probably not enough to avoid this location in the future, and it still had a lot of positives, but sadly was not up to the usual standards for Best Western.

Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Quick check-in. This entire area is absolutely beautiful! This BW is located pretty much central to the action. I will definitely stay here again in the future. A+

This place is located close to the ski slopes or if just passing through for and overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon. The eating area was kinda cramped so time your breakfast accordingly.

This motel was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and I liked the arrangement of the bathroom. It was mostly quiet, just a few children running up and down stairs, certainly not the fault of the motel..it was very easy to find. I recommend this to all who want a good nights rest and decent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a last minute trip to meet some friends in Pinetop for the car show. One of the few places that had an opening and willing to work with just a Saturday night stay. Fernando was awesome in getting a room for an early check in. Didn't want to ride around with luggage on the back of the motorcycle nor have to wait until 3 pm for check in. He went as far as getting a room facing the front area parking lost so I can keep an eye out on my bike. I'll look forward to staying there again and hopefully there will be snow on the ground!

The most uncomfortable bed, pillows and linens. I like Best Westerns because they are as a rule a good place to sleep while traveling across states. My husband and I woke up with sore backs and not good when we had 400 miles ahead of us. I went to talk to the Front Desk upon check-out and they did not care. Will not go back.

We were there for a few nights, just to get out of the summer heat of the Phoenix area. Pinetop is a wonderful community surrounded by tall pines and close to activities and gorgeous scenery. This is a great little affordable hotel with excellent front desk staff that made our stay comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, cleaned early every day, never a problem coming back in the afternoon to find it unattended, and never a heavy scent of cleaning supplies or air freshener thankfully. Breakfast was hot, fresh and ample. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, usual carbs to toast, oatmeal in packets. The waffle maker worked fine, there were strawberries and whipped cream on the weekend, which was a nice treat. Nice collection of black teas, coffee was average, but available all day. Apples and bananas. Our room was towards the back, and we heard no street noise or except for a few steps from upstairs guests, never heard anyone else or their tv, through the walls or ceiling, and those were nights the hotel was sold out. Loved that. The hotel backs up onto a lovely neighborhood which was perfect for walking their streets amidst tall pines. At the top of the hill behind the hotel is actually a Trailhead into the national forest, once again surrounded by lush tall pine trees. The location is terrific, close to restaurants and an easy getaway out of town to the forest, ski mountain or points east. We drove through Greer and Sunrise, then headed south to Alpine and Hannagan Meadows for a day trip, so many meadows and pine forests! This is a hotel we will return to, so glad we found it, just perfect for our needs.

As a business traveler I look for many things, comfort, cleanliness, professional and helpful. This property had all of them. I like the BW brand because I can count on these qualities as I travel Arizona. I will be back when in the area again soon. Kudos to the whole staff.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over a 10 year period. We like the quietness of a smaller hotel. Staff is friendly and always available. Good restaurants in area. One is right next door in a rustic cabin. A second excellent restaurant is right across the highway -Darbi's. Enjoy the cool(er) weather of the White Mountains at this Best Western of Pinetop.

My wife and I are regulars at this Pinetop Best Western. We stay there because of the staff and service. My wife is ADA and we travel with pets. The staff here have helped us with everything possible to make all time great. We trust them and that goes a long way. Overall it was a decent stay. Positives - Decent breakfast for smaller hotel; Friendly staff; Beds were fine; Sink outside shower/toilet area; Microwave; Fridge; Convenient location. Negative - Small shower/toilet area. Gross!!! - Two different (past guests) socks left under bed. With a mint or candy too. Glad I seen it next day on my way out. I couldn't bring myself to check under other bed. It just makes you wonder what else didn't get cleaned or changed. Was housekeeping so bad they didn't lift the bed skirt or vacuum under bed???

Great time and trip...will be back soon!!! From the beginning to check out everything went very well. Very nice rooms and comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet and a good variety on the breakfast bar...

The lobby smelled like a dead animal. A junkie tried to sell me a knife in the back parking lot in the dark while I was unloading our luggage. I gave him $5 and didn't take the knife, hoping he wouldn't slash the tires on the rental car. I then moved the vehicle to the front parking lot, where it was brighter and in view of the reception desk. The single king room was pleasant enough, but not up to Best Western standards. The bathroom was so tiny that they couldn't fit the vanity in the bathroom. It was out in the room. Someone else's eyeglasses were on the floor in the room, implying that the room had not been cleaned or vacuumed since the previous guest(s), at least. The bacon at the free breakfast appeared to have been reheated several days / times. The orange juice was warm. Don't even stay in this town. There appears to be gang activity. There did not appear to be any bed bugs, so I gave it 2 stars.

Good value for a place to stay. Internet and tv were good. Breakfast was good and adequate. Our room which was towards the back was quiet and warm. Overall appearance of the hotel was inviting and everything seemed clean as it should. Check in was easy and the 2 staff members that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

The rooms are extremely spacious. Available electrical outlets in areas of convenience could be increased. The decor is somewhat modern, but the walls seemed a bit sparse. The bathroom area was very small, but I think I preferred the extra space in the room in this case.

We encountered an inconsiderate family in the room next to us that woke us up at 6AM. Fernando who was working the front desk was so helpful and understanding and changed us to a new location that was perfect. The staff is excellent and the rooms are large and very clean. The breakfast is also very good with something for everyone. We will stay here again and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a room in the area.

This was my first trip to the area and am so glad I stayed at this motel. It is exceptionally clean, with a friendly and helpful staff as well as nice amenities such as a jacuzzi spa and a laundry room for guests. Also, it is located on the main street through town, but I found the room to be very quiet and free of traffic noise. Also, the breakfast bar was the best I have ever seen, with a huge variety of juices, breads, cereals, waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon, etc. etc. Everything was very fresh and appealing. The little dining area was also very nice. This motel is also pet-friendly and offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. I would highly recommending this Best Western to anyone traveling to the Pinetop area.

Attractive, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value and pet friendly. I'd stay again if I didn't have a home nearby and I'd gladly recommend to visitors. The only thing I would recommend is that they have knives available in the breakfast room. Forks and spoons are difficult to use for cutting. :)

We needed and received an accessible room. It was odd, because what made the bathtub/shower accessible was a shower chair which was about 36inches long, and one had to be quite creative to fit it in the standard sized tub and make it useful, while trying not to flood the bathroom at the same time. Overall we slept well, it was quiet and there was a nice place to bring the dogs out for their business. Breakfast was good too. What surprised me was the VERY impersonal clerk at the desk when we checked in on 11/7 about 3:15PM. My husband and I both felt she was less than hospitable, and not what we are used to in a Best Western property. My husband added that when he went to get breakfast in the morning, the male morning desk clerk was equally impersonal/inhospitable. Bummer.

We stayed here years ago and noticed certain things need some updating like maybe having new toilets installed as the current original ones are too low for senior use. The actual rooms have some updating so it was pleasant and beds were comfortable. There is a nice indoor hot tub area which looked very nice but we didn't use it.

This has always been our choice of hotel when we stay in Pinetop and we have stayed here 4-5 times. This time, however, we felt that the hotel's mattresses were lumpy and very uncomfortable, leaving us with not a restful sleep. The vent fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and the wall switch next to the door worn out, needing to be jiggled to work. Very much in need of attending to the small details.

Did not care for the rate increase for the same exact room for the second of our stay.First night was $89, second night was $109 for the same exact room in the middle of the week. Unfair pricing, not fair and not right.

the room was clean, rooms, polite people, fresh good food, easy access. very pleased with what we got for the price! we was part of a wedding party and they even tried to keep us all close together which I thought was great. easy access to ice snacks etc as well. pet friendly if you was bringing a pet so be prepared if you are allergic to pets as one in our party was, we never thought of that even tho it didn't effect us :) he just got sneezy. ps I left my eye glasses in room - I wander if they would mail them to me

I was quite impressed with the Best Western in Pinetop. It's right on the main road and quite convenient, but surprisingly free of traffic noise. The room was immaculate and well furnished, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast was amazing...bacon, sausages, choice of juices, pastries and that wonderful waffle maker!

My husband & I went to Pinetop to enjoy cooler temperatures & to see the fall leaves.The staff went out of their way to make this an enjoyable get-away visit. They gave us great directions to see what we were looking for. The free breakfasts at the hotel were good & everything including our room was very clean.

The room was nice, the staff friendly and helpful but breakfast was a bit disappointing. One morning there were no knives available and the staff stated that there would not be any available that day. I found out that you cannot eat Biscuits and Gravy with just a plastic fork and spoon. Some of the refrigerated toppings seemed a little old and the waffle drips were not cleaned up on a daily basis.

I generally don't stay at Best Western hotels when I travel, but this hotel might have me thinking otherwise. First thing about my room that I noticed was how clean it was. Everything in order and works. Lots of space, good wifi and breakfast to boot!

The overall stay at this lovely, wonderfully located hotel was excellent! We enjoyed the room. Jacuzzi (indoor) was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional. The overall experience was great! Would not stay at any other hotel. We loved it!

We needed an overnight stay while traveling with friends to Show Lo and Pinetop, AZ. Great choice was the Best Western in Pinetop. Beautiful location among the pine trees. After dinner, we enjoyed a relaxing time at the Jacuzzi with friends. As always, the breakfast was exceptional. Perfect way to start the day. The Staff was the best. At check-out, they went above and beyond to try and call us to say our friends left something behind in their room.

We stay at lots of Best Westerns and are never disapointed. This hotel was conveniently located, clean, and very friendly staff along with a very nice breakfast with lots of options. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

This hotel is in great location. For it is only 3 miles away from the casino and only about 5 minutes away from the Darbi's restrauant which has fantastic food. It is pet friendly which is also great. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help. I do want to warn you though that the beds do not appear to be regular queen beds like in other Best Westerns. The beds seem more like they are either full or double beds so you need to be prepared to sleep separately if you don't have enough room. We also had an issue with the fan/ac but, maintance corrected it the next day. The carpet also could use a good shampoo. Otherwise we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and very clean. We stayed for 3 nights. It is a pet friendly hotel so we were able to bring our dog. The location was right in the middle of Pinetop so it was easy access to restaurants and other areas that we visited.

Upon entering the room, I took a step back as the room was DARK and dreary looking. We opened the curtains and turned on the lights and the room was still DARK. The furniture apparently 1950's decor needed to be updated, however the bathroom would hardly fit one person. The bath door had to be propped open as the second level section of this building appeared to be slanted toward the parking lot. The toilet looked to be dirty, however, it was the rust water that give it that appearance. The shower stall was as snug fit. This place was rated higher than the Holiday Inn. Then if this is correct, the H.I. must really be a dump. This place was selected since it had what we thought the only decent restaurant (The Junction) in town adjacent to the motel. Burger King, Denny's and something at the H.I., were the options, oh, there was a Church's chicken place as well. We were there to see Canyon De Chelly. We will return to see more of the canyon but will find some other town to stay and eat in.

On a recent visit to Petrified Forest National Park, we decided to overnight in Pinetop. We had our two fur babies with us, so first and most importantly -- Pets are welcome! There are actually several hotel/motel properties in the area that are pet friendly but after combing through pictures and reviews we landed here, and happy we did. The hotel is cute, very clean and the common areas nice. Doors are external so it is super easy in and out if you have dogs. The rooms were clean, seemed to have been updated in the last few years and comfortable. Free Wifi was good, solid signal. They have a hot breakfast in the AM, the typical items -- eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc. The hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. I would totally come back and stay here.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly, and were very accommodating to us. We always stay here as it is always when we come up from the valley and get away from the heat for a couple of days the rooms are always clean and the grounds are well kept

I stayed at the Best Western Pinetop and it was what I expected. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of items. The room was good, but the bathroom was a bit tight and the shower leaked even though we were able to throw a towel over the bar to keep water from going everywhere. The staff was very nice and offered to fix the shower if necessary. The location is excellent for any pinetop activities. I would stay there again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised by the cozy room upon check-in. Expected a normal to high level of noise from others on the second floor or closing doors of adjacent rooms but the room was very quiet. The breakfast is well-stocked and you have your choice of both hot and cold items including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and Belgian waffles along with cold cereal, breads and pastries, and fruit. Was pleased to bring along my large dog and pay the small pet fee without any hassles. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

My wife and I are regulars here. We stay here because it is a good solid comfortable hotel. My wife is handicapped. The ADA rooms are GOOD. The hotel is also pet friendly and that is important to us. Be sure to call ahead as with local skiing in the winter and in the summer folks coming up from the valley to beat the desert heat. We came here to see family who live near and celebrate. Thanks again to the staff for the excellent service. See you again in the spring

I travel through the area on business a time or two a year and we recently spent a night at either end of a trip to New Mexico. Always clean and quiet with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. Bonus is the trail access just up the hill. No reason to stay elsewhere when in Pinetop!

For declared 2.5* it is very comfortable hotel with reasonable value for money (not expensive at all!). Hotel locates in resort town at fresh air in pine forest, nice place for relax. Spacious clean room, clean bathroom with tub. Hotel has hot jet tub as well. Motel type parking near the room door - from one side it is convenient, from other side - listen noise from neighborhoods cars. Standard breakfast, good staff.

Walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, well placed grab bars and convenience! 2 queen beds ; remote , etc all worked well; breakfast area a bit cramped but food stocked well... this was second or third trip we stayed here.

For a room with two double beds, we feel it would have been nice to have two chairs to watch TV. One of us was forced to sit on bed or use office chair. Not comfortable. Also, one of the queen beds were lumpy.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while hiking i the area. Requested a room which had never been occupied by an animal. They didn't have any much to my surprise. So pets are not segregated to one area as they are in most other hotels including many BW properties. We had received a $40 travel certificate from BW which we presented upon check in. We were told it would be deducted from our bill. Upon checking out, it was clear it hadn't been applied. The front desk clerk Fernando was very helpful and actually located the certificate which had been tossed in a drawer. He reran the charges to reflect the coupon. The hotel itself was really nice, big clean rooms, great Wifi. Also the jacuzzi was one of the better ones I have used in a hotel. Breakfast was also good. For those reasons I give it a 4. I urge the management to be a little more friendly to the human guests, you know, the ones who pay the bill?

This is a pleasant, friendly, quiet motel with responsive service. The location works for us and met our needs. The price and the quality of the product were a good fit. We stay there often when in the White Mountains.

Fernando checked us in and was very accommodating. We were early and he said if our room was ready he would let us in and it was. We asked for a bottom floor and that is what we got. We had two small dogs and asked if he would recommend a place to take them. He suggested Woodland Lake which our dogs loved. It had about 1 1/2 mile path around the lake. It was about 1 mile from the hotel. Shana was on duty that night and said if we wanted to walk somewhere with our dogs we can go up Pinecrest Lane which was just outside of our hotel and it dead ends at a treed walking trail. It was about 1/2 mile to the trail. The trail takes about 40 minutes to circle it.

Beds were hard and what I consider uncomfortable to sleep on. I like firm mattresses but these were too much. We went home early to get some rest. Rooms were clean and everything else was fine just uncomfortable beds.

Well kept rooms and grounds, pleasant, peaceful, and cooler, with the mountain setting. Great access to most everything one may need in a 5-mile radius. Great breakfast bar. Excellent selection. Truly the best stay at this Best Western!

We have been coming to this hotel for the last 18 years for a summer stay. The staff, rooms, location, and price are excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Staff is friendly, breakfast is hot in the am, and very good. Pet friendly, nice view of the forest on one side of the hotel.

Value of this hotel pretty well matches the price for the area. Personally I think the BW in Show Low is a little bit better kept property with a little bit better breakfast. Carpeting in my room needed to be stretched/replaced and the bathroom fan was excessively loud. Also, the bed was pretty comfortable but a little worn. I will stay here again to be in Pinetop though.

Stayed 2 nights for business and one for leisure. One of the best BWs we have stayed in and a great location in Pinetop-Lakeside. Room very comfortable, quiet, and excellent breakfast. We'll be back.....

A nice looking hotel from the outside but once in the room there were lots of problems. I really wouldn't trust anything organic made in China much less put it on my skin!! The carpet was filthy and probably hadn't been cleaned since it was installed. The A/C was horrible....the room would get so cold you could hang meat in it but would not turn on again until it got unbearably hot. There was gum in the parking lot which we didn't know we had stepped in until we got inside the room. Called the front desk and Glenda could have cared less that we had tracked it into the room and across the walkway. No tea in the room for us tea drinkers. When we went to breakfast the coffee/tea dispenser didn't work very well. You had to punch the button and hold it and it would maybe put out a tablespoon of hot water or coffee. Took forever to fill your cup. Shayna tried to help us but the machine didn't cooperate. Shayna was very friendly and called us when our room was ready before the official check in time. Nice young lady. This is the first two sided hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't have a walkway from one side of the hotel to the other. If you had a room on the opposite side from the office, you had to walk around the whole building to get to the office/breakfast room. I know I need to walk but I was lucky it wasn't raining, snowing, or icy and have to walk in those conditions.

Very clean and welcoming, and happy that they are Pet friendly, No doggie smell in the rooms. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay. Just 5 min. from the casino and lakes. Just wished they had a pool.

I spent two nights recently. A slight problem with the room was quickly resolved by Glenda (very professional, helpful and pleasant). Room was spacious, clean and every thing was in order. The bed was comfortable and had 8 pillows available in the room. Location was close to good food, entertainment and outdoor activities like hiking and fishing. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as the price was also reasonable.

I continue to return to this hotel. I heard it has new management and we noticed some new touches, like water bottles in our room and a sanitized remote for the TV, which were both great. Besides that, this is the same great place. Clean, very friendly staff, quiet, relaxing, comfortable beds, and great location. I'll be back again in July!

This is a very nice hotel- rooms are tastefully decorated and well kept. Also, location is very handy to Pinetop attractions. A major flaw is the lack of seating at breakfast. There are only 5 tables.Breakfast was very congeasted.

Excellent service and value, the only issue found was the carpet was in need of a good shampoo / deep cleaning. The room was very clean, and the carpet was vacuumed, it just had some deep down dirt that would rub off if you went barefoot for awhile or wearing white socks. Once they do a deep cleaning / shampoo on the carpets no problem.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The frige had a separate freezer which was nice since we had brought a cooler with an ice pack. We were able to re-freeze it. The frige keep our water and wine nice and cold. The price was reasonable and the room was very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel and the staff was accommodating to let us have a ground floor room. The hotel is a bit on the older side but they have kept it looking up to date. Cleanliness is A huge priority for me so that's why I'm giving it a higher rating. There was a hiking trail just steps away from the hotel. You pass a few houses down the way from the hotel and you're in forest. The hotel was not noisy on my stay, even with the dogs in other rooms. The free breakfast was good with plenty of selections. I would have preferred more fruit. There was one orange and one apple in the basket and that was the only fruit that was offered. They had a waffle maker, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, salsa, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices. I would stay here again if I were in Pinetop.

A nice, clean, friendly older hotel that is well maintained and delivered good value. It was perfect for our needs and the location. Good breakfast and the homemade salsa was excellent. There isn't a pool, but they do have a jacuzzi.

Our Memorial Day weekend 2017 consisted of two days in Hannagan Meadow Lodge near Alpine, Arizona and one evening in Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona. We stayed at the Best Western Inn of Pinetop in Pinetop, Arizona. It is in a beautiful location, is a great hotel, and we highly recommend it. We stayed on Sunday evening and enjoyed a clean room with a delicious complimentary breakfast in the morning before heading back to Tucson. The manager and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and our stay was quiet and very relaxing. There is even a Jacuzzi, too! The Best Western Pinetop Inn is located on White Mountain Boulevard in Pinetop near Woodland Lake. Great restaurants, bakeries, and shops are minutes away. Book early so you are on the ground floor.

Outdated, noisy kids all over the place, and horrible breakfast. No king bed rooms. This hotel should be priced at $90 per night.I wish we would have stayed at a different hotel. We could not wait to check out and eat breakfast elsewhere.

The front desk staff was unfriendly, carpets needed to be cleaned in our room, ran out of breakfast items an hour before 9am, orange juice, cranberry juice, pastries and staff did not refill items as needed. location of hotel was great and room was very roomy

Love to stay at this property when I travel. It has all the items i look for: Clean Rm, Professional/Helpful Staff, Great Breakfast items - something for everyone. I travel with my own pillow but this is one place i wouldn't have to. Xtra, convenient, Electrical Outlets so i don't have to hunt them down for my electronics. will stay again.

In fairness to the hotel I didn't report our issues with the room. We had two pillows with food or something on them and the carpet left bare feet black. The breakfast was pretty basic and had stale bread products. The breakfast room was very clean and well attended.

Our family of 4 stayed here to ski at the nearby ski resort. The room was cleaner than I expected and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was decent, but there was nobody tending it to replenish empty items. We'd definitely stay here again.

Special thanks to the staff at this Best Western. Yes there are comparable hotels. Staff who take pride in there jobs makes a huge difference. We chose here due to trust (we are regulars) and "pet" friendly. Glenda, thank you for the additional help with ADA needs of my wife and additional information as well as next reservations.

Getting additional charges. Did not help out with complaint nor had any resolution. Charge the additional $250 smoking fee after explaining situation of did non-smoking room only disposed of cigarette butts in trashcan. Still no help from staff very rude

Not happy with having to pay $160 for an uncomfortable stay for which I didn't even get any Best Western points. Disk clerk had no reasonable explanation for why I couldn't get points. The bed was way too soft, and the breakfast was below average, even for a hotel buffet. Not horrible, but not comfortable or happy either.

I visited this place weekly for 2 months, the employees learned my name, accommodated my likes for room preference. Greeted me upon check in by name. Hotel breakfast is always available at 6 am with nice selection. Glenda is amazing and very professional and friendly.

Pulled in late, pleasantly greated, checked in and all expectations met! The bed was comphy, the room was clean and we got a GREAT night's sleep. The breakfast offered was one of the best we've had in our 56 days on the road. Would recommend this to anyone visiting in the area!!

The Best Western was fine. Decor was not to newest, but everything worked fine. Breakfast was reasonably inclusive, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, as well as breads and danishes. Everything was clean, and the room was quiet enough considering it is near the main road through town. No issues, no drama.

We stayed on a Saturday night in late October. Everything was really nice and clean and new appearing. Great wi fi reception too. Nice woman at the check in desk. Good shower too. Loved that each bed had 4 pillows! Also they provided 4 bath towels. We were able to park right outside of our room on the first floor. They have an ice machine, soda machine, spa tub (which I didn't bother to see). Breakfast included waffles, bacon, various types of cereal, etc. though the dining area is very small and was full when my husband went for coffee. The best thing was the ability to fully open the window and get that lovely fresh mountain air!

Front desk people great. Rooms are very clean and neat and well appointed. Usually don't stay at best western, but highly recommend this hotel --reasonable rates. Located on main roads and restaurants surround it. Darby's restaurant close by.

This was a very nice hotel in the midst of beautiful pines. The room was quiet and very clean. This was a good experience and I would stay at this hotel in the future. The bed was comfortable and we requested a handicap room which was very spacious. We appreciated that the staff called to make sure that the room was what we expected. Excellent customer service.

I usually stay at least twice a year at this hotel. The staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. The rooms are always clean and pleasant. Many great restaurants nearby. Excellent parking and I like to use the spa.

I wasn't here for very long, arrived at 8pm at night, left at 6am the next morning, so couldn't claim to have a well crafted opinion of the place, but equally I found nothing objectionable during my short stay. The only odd thing was the plethora of DoT trucks in the parking lot when I arrived - obviously it serves as a boarding house for the work crews. I dreaded being woken up by car doors slamming, shouting, etc the next morning, but they seemed very respectful of the noise levels. Front office staff (the same person checked me in and checked me out) was fine, and I saw nobody else during my stay. Pinetop-Lakeside is a bit of a nowhere place, but it was handy for me as a stopover, and if you need to be in the area, the BW is as good as anywhere else I saw.

We have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns, and this exceeded our expectations. Convenient to everything in Pinetop, including the Safeway grocery store. The staff were very professional and friendly. Overall, the room was clean and quiet, with nice updates. Beautiful setting in the pines. We were there to scope out camping sites in the White Mountains for next summer as we are from Tucson, and the location was perfect.

Very affordable and one of the best chain of hotels I've used. 5 of 5 all the time, no complain but praises only.Cleanliness is the most important aspect. Linen smell fresh and the bed is very comfortable.

Our recent stay at Best Western Pinetop was decent but not what I had hoped. Unfortunately we were unaware that you access all rooms from the outside, which wasn't horrible except there is no elevator. Since my mother had recently had bi-lateral knee replacement surgery this was difficult for her to climb the stairs. We asked for another room and were told they didn't have any. We were going to change hotels however the desk clerk said she would still charge us for the room. It also did not help our situation that the desk clerk was less than sympathetic to our situation and obviously could care less. But after being in a car 4-5 hours, and being tired from the trip we had no choice. So we had to stay. The room was nice and clean. We had a few issues with the water temperature. The hand sink water was scalding hot! The shower was hot and cold intermittently. While showering it would suddenly turn ice cold...then suddenly scalding hot. It happened to me and my husband both. We did tell our Pinetop family that we would not recommend staying at the Best Western. Next time we will choose another hotel.

First time in ages staying at a Best Western. The hotel is extremely clean, with what appears to be new carpeting in the room. Nice amenities, including makeup remover, something I've not seen in more expensive hotels. Good location within the town of Pinetop. Our room was towards the end of the hotel so away from any street traffic. I was expecting much from the complimentary breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised with all types of muffins, breads, waffles, and eggs with bacon and sausage. Nice area to eat breakfast as well. Based on the cost of the room, the cleanliness and breakfast, this was really a bargain.

Returning from the Grand Canyon to New Mexico had the opportunity to spend a great night at the Best Western in Pinetop. The beds were very comfortable and the morning breakfast was very satisfying. It is also just a short distance from Safeway.

This property is in good condition for the type of motor motel inn that it is. We specifically requested a certain type and location, and we were easily accommodated without problem. We were in town for a mountain bike event. This BW is a little newer in appearance than the one in Showlow, but both are fine. The room was spacious with one king bed. The mattress was thin, but firm. Linens were clean. There were 6 pillows on the bed, which was nice. It had a small refrigerator too. The bathroom and towels were simple and clean. Another bonus was having four bath towels, instead of three that many places do. Only down side dropping from 5 rating was that the ice machine was out of service. This is a basic item that should be working. You could go to the front desk and ask them for ice, but a bit awkward if you need a cooler or something filled. Overall, we will stay here again next time we're doing the cycling event!

We've stayed at this hotel several times and had good experiences each time. Room was clean and hotel staff is always very helpful. The breakfast buffet is good with plenty of options. This is our first choice of hotels to stay at in the Pinetop area.

Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet (for the most part), congenial and helpful staff, breakfast offerings were so-so (not great but adequate), location was peaceful, rustic vibe, and mountain atmosphere all add up to a pleasant stay with no complaints. Having a mini-frig (with small freezer) was a convenience. The micro-wave was a bonus. It's an older property (2-floors) with woodsy character (sitting next to the main road but still situated among pines), just what one would expect to find in Pinetop.

This is a great place to stay, the staff is very friendly especially the front desk , rooms are very clean, grounds are will kept, wi fi is good no problems with connections. We like staying when we come, it a good location. If you stay here you wont be disappointed.

Check in was fast. Received top floor as requested. We brought our dog, no issues. Easement runs along backside of property parallel to main drag, great for walking pup. Entire staff from front desk, to breakfast person to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. A/C worked great. The water at bathroom sink and shower was very hot. Microwave and fridge worked great. There is no hair conditioner, only shampoo, so bring your own. We stayed over Labor Day weekend so there was some other guest noise (slamming doors and talking). I asked front desk for ear plugs but they didn't have. We used the indoor hot tub, it was clean and well kept. Hotel is in walking distance to some stores and several restaurants. Close to many by car. Note: I called a couple weeks ahead but they were full so they took my number in case of a cancellation. Lo and behold they called back with an opening. Great service all around.

I have stayed at this hotel frequently over the past 6 years. The hotel never ages. It is clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast is clean, fresh, and plentiful. Fresh home made cookies upon check in, and coffee available up to 10:00Pm. Great place to stay if you can get a room, very popular, and frequently full on the weekends during summer. Book early. Priced right, and Excellent overall

We stayed 2 nights and found this hotel to be clean and adequate. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. We were especially pleased with the breakfast. We were hoping for a bit of a garden feeling but it was perfectly located to restaurants and outdoor activities which were our main focus.

We just wanted a break from the summer heat in Phoenix. Pinetop-lakeside is about 4 hours away from Phoenix. The Best Western Inn Is an older, very well kept up motel. Check-in was a breeze. The cleaning staff is great. Room was spotless.

The Best Western in Pinetop is a good, clean, basic hotel option. There are not too many amenities, other than free wifi and free breakfast. When I arrived there was a large group of 7-8 motorcyclists all checking in ahead of me, into individual rooms. I thought it would take forever, but the receptionist was super efficient and friendly. I was checked in very quickly and efficiently. We ate breakfast one morning. The selection included eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, cereals, and breads. The only negative comment about the breakfast is that the room with seating is quite small. We had to sit in the lobby to eat.

Good hotel, nice breakfast. I had a few minor problem, but they were able to care of them. Smoking room stunk to high heaven. They did not have a non smoking available, but gave me a can of air freshener to help with smell. I will return to this property providing they have non smoking rooms available.

Words can not describe the friendliness of this motel. The staff is extremely but professionally attentive and accomadating. The rooms are clean comfortable and remodeled. The free breakfast is good. The price is very fair. The location is right being so near to restaurants and shops.

We enjoy going to the White Mountains whenever we can. This location is on the main highway through Pinetop. It accepts dogs, and actually we saw a lot of dogs here. It still seemed quiet and clean. It's not too expensive, and has all the usual amenities.

The two most negative comments was the bed that was to soft and made for a poor nights sleep. Air conditioning is old and couldn't adequately cover the back of room were bathroom was located. Room was clean and décor was good.

My wife and I are regulars at this Best Western. Staff is exceptional. From Glenda, Fernando, Shayna to everyone else thank you. When we call ahead to get a room, we are well ahead on reservations. Since my wife is handicapped, whomever answers does their best to get us into the ADA rooms. The staff that takes care of the rooms insure the little extras my wife needs being handicapped are always there. Being pets are allowed this also is important to my wife and I. Thanks again and will be back in January

This is a smaller hotel but it has everything you need for a quiet, restful mountain getaway. No pool or gym room but who needs those amenities when surrounded by the beautiful surroundings of the White Mountains? We travel a lot in the western states. When possible, we stay at Best Western Plus hotels. I would compare this BW hotel in Pinetop to any BW Plus hotel we have stayed at, except for the size(# of rooms). The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. The rooms are very, very clean. Although the hotel faces the main road in town, it is backed by the beautiful tall pines of the forest. You are close to several very good places to eat, yet you feel like you are surrounded by the natural beauty of the forest.. A plus is that this hotel is pet friendly. Call ahead to see if pet rooms are available. If you are a senior citizen, like us, traveling with a pet and you want a quiet place to relax, this BW in Pinetop is for you.

Great location and friendly staff. I like the surrounding area and amenities. Our room was very clean and the furnishings were very new. The hotel desk clerk called our room to make sure that everything was OK and brought us additional wash cloths and coffee packets.

We had an enjoyable stay. our breakfast was good. Easy to find and the woods around it are wonderful. Disappointing that the Hot Tub was broken. and we were use to pools at all the other Best Westerns we stayed at.

Excellent hotel and happy that we are able to have a place to bring our dog. Very clean and friendly. Desk staff was extremely helpful regarding local activities and events. Very nice. Oh and the cookies as we entered was a nice treat.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and were so pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff was. The staff checked in on us to make sure that the room was to our liking within an hour of arriving and wanted to make sure if there was anything else they could do to help us. The room was beyond clean and very beautifully decorated. The free breakfast was much more than just yogurt and cereal. We had waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and most importantly free homemade cookies and great coffee which was available throughout the day and night. We met the owners who work on site and found they were very friendly and enjoyed our pets. Parking was also spacious and well lit. The hotel is conveniently located withing walking distance of restaurants and convenience stores. We very much look forward to staying at this hotel in the near future.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast provided, very comfortable beds. This is our 17th year of returning to this hotel for a week in June. The staff from the front staff, to the cleaning crew, always professional, and friendly. We will be returning again next year - keep up the excellent staff and service.

Great hotel, great location on the E White Mountain Blvd as 'everything worth seeing is on this street' as a local told us. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. We enjoyed our stay with them and highly recommend it.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and there is easy accessible parking around the building. The breakfast was wonderful! We were only here one night but I could have stayed all week!

Loved our stay at Best Western. My husband and I had searched other hotels but BW had the best price for its location.We were central to all we wanted to do. We will stay again when we come back to Pinetop.

not too good but things do break but one ouldexpect a staff to know how to resolve smile detector issue. The over night staff finally said she would haVE TO CALL THE Manager. So we lived with the noise for a while and then my hBANDFINALLY REDUCED TO NOISE TO A CONSTANT BEEP. WE FINALLY GOT UP AND SHOWERED ANDWENT TO BREAKFAST And t hat was not very goo either.naR

Extremely clean and well kept. Very close to a great trail-head into a mountain area for a morning hike. Restaurant quality breakfast. Close to restaurants and anything else that Pintetop and Lakeside have to offer.

What a beautiful place to stay in Pinetop. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. I would also recommend you eat at the Pasta Restaurant in town. It was delightful and delicious! The original owner was from the Bronx, N.Y. and the food was delicious, the atmosphere delightful!

Great place to stay with pets. Excellent location, very friendly staff. The inclusive full breakfast was quite good. Nice hiking trails located within walking distance from the room. If you are looking for value and location, this is a great spot! Will definitely stay here again. Our pup enjoyed it too.

My husband and I travel alot, both domestically and internationally, and this is one of our favorite hotels among the Best Westerns we have stayed in while on road trips in the U.S., where we stop in smaller towns and want good value. We don't typically stay in chains, but the BW Pinetop manages to do alot to make one's stay comfortable, so we have returned several times on our way to and from Tucson. The hotel is in a pleasant setting with evergreens nearby, is conveniently located, is well-maintained and cared for, and makes an effort to make your stay more comfortable (cookies at check-in even though it's not a Plus, friendly service, good coffee at breakfast, and so on). We stayed here last night on our way home to Tucson, and I'm sure we will stay here again.

We love staying at this particular Best Western. We have stayed here many times over the past 30 years. The location is great for many antique shops & many other fun things to do. We always enjoy the breakfast & the assortment of items available. We seen to get really great sleep!

This BW provided everything we seek for an overnight stay and had no negatives. First, the room was maintained perfectly. It was clean to the max - not even the harshest of critics would have anything to complain about. The grounds were clean, the stairway was clean, the lobby was sparkling, and the breakfast room was a pleasure to eat in. Secondly, we enjoyed a quiet stay - no noisy guests or dogs, no traffic noise, and no noisy refrigerator. So often we have to unplug the fridge in motels, but this one ran without a hint of noise. Everything was in good working order and considerable updating had been done to floors and equipment. The breakfast was very good. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and there was a good variety of items. The room itself was small and would be a problem if a large number of guests showed up at the same time, but we enjoyed our breakfast there without aggravation. The tabletops were granite and each had its own salt and pepper shakers contained in a ceramic deer - quite unique. The walls were knotty pine, so all in all, the ambience was better than the usual motel's. Lastly, I'll mention that the check-in went smoothly and the clerk (Glenda, I think) was both pleasant and helpful. The clerk on duty in the morning was pleasant as well. I recommend this motel without reservation.

I've stayed at this Best Western four times in the last couple of years. I especially love the fast wi-fi which is most important for me for my work. You will not be disappointed. It is in a very good location in town.

Very clean motel style layout with nicely decorated rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Super neat spa area Located well for summer activities and winter skiing. Lots of restaurant options in this cute little city

When we used to visit family in the Brooksville area in Fla. we always stayed at Best Western and as we drove the last few years we have stayed at Best Western across the country. And we now make it our stop in Pinetop, Az., when we need a place to stay there. The employees are always friendly and take good care of us.

The staff, service and rooms were excellent. The complimentary breakfact was excellent. The location is excellent with many things to do and places to eat. We hope to use many time in the future. Thank to desk staff.

We made reservations with a confirmation number and reservation clerk name. Arrived and were told that we had no reservations nor was our confirmation number valid. Then we were told that no one by that name worked for the hotel. I figued we were out a nights stay. My wife and I were on motorcycles and it was cold. But, Shayna, the clerk on duty, went to work. She was able to get us a room for a very reasonable amount. Most hotel/motels will soak you in a situation like this. What an incredible young lady. She made numerous calls to try to straighten this out. And, she finally told us to call her if we got a double charge. The room is well layed out, very clean and comfortable. This is an excellent property. But, Shayna made everything perfect.

This is my favorite Best Western because the staff is wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. The room is always very clean and everything works, Internet T.V. wonderful & very comfortable beds. The front desk staff is always available and is very helpful, for directions, restaurants etc.

A typical Best Western for a one night stopover on our Harley excursion. *Very clean. Bed and pillows average. Standard brown and tan interior. Bathroom small but functional. Bath towels incredibly small! Front desk very helpful. Close to restaurants.

I wasn't really expecting much coming to a small town to get a nice place to stay, but this place exceeded my expectations. The staff even called my room to make sure everything was good. You can tell they really care, place was clean and staff nice.

I stayed for two nights, and this place is great, wish i could have stayed longer. The breakfast has so many yummy things and the jacuzzi was great after a long day of skiing. The rooms were super clean and had nice decore. The staff was super nice and was happy to help. Will be back.....

Glenda was very rude to me as I checked in. She argued with me that I was given a AARP discount that I clearly was not old enough to receive. I agreed that I am not AARP but explained that I had called the hotel because of my loyalty and asked the front desk clerk that answered if she could match a price that I could have clicked and received on-line.. The front desk clerk must have given me this deal by saying I was AARP.. The only reason I called the hotel was because I thought if I booked online the hotel may lose out on a percentage of the reservation since I booked through a online company. Soon, Glenda proceeds to tell me that if anyone sees me in that room and I am not AARP then " It is on me".. I could not believe this that she would talk at me this way I said that she should talk this over with the person that gave the customer the rate not the customer and she just rolled her eyes at me. ...... I have stayed at this specific hotel countless times and have recommended it to family and friends but now I do not feel if i can again. I was insulted and a bit embarrassed because much of this conversation took place in front of other customers. I have been in the military for 20 years now and travel many places and have never had something like this happen at a hotel.

We had a very nice room with up-to-date decor. The bathroom was small but serviceable. Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever experienced with a little bit of everything, although the 9:00 cutoff was a little inconvenient. The hotel is close to just about anything you need or want in the area.

This hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and friendly. The staff was most helpful. The rooms are large and having a microwave and refrigerator was handy. Great place to stay for a ski trip in the winter or for summer play time.

This was the most beautiful stay for our 2015 Christmas. We will be back probably in the spring or summer to enjoy the cool weather and to check out quaint little shops in the area. The Best Western has always given us a nice room and will always accommodate if we want any changes. We will pass on the good experience to our friends.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions when traveling to Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ. No public restrooms, less than friendly staff, and small hot tub put this near the bottom of my list for Best Westerns...hotels I usually prefer in most areas. Given the accommodations, this is not one I would recommend, given the price.

very high quality of service and amenities for the price. Will stay here again. Close to all local cafes, ski area and businesses. Quiet and pleasant. Very good breakfast for self serve. Fresh and tasty. Have stayed here before and will do so again.

We checked in and the lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The wi-fi and cable were free. They also had a jacuzzie and a free breakfast but we didn't use either. The hotel was close to everything we needed.

Very nice room for the money and location. We were very satisfied with everything. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again. We go to Pinetop 2x/year and this is definitely one of the places that we will stay. Good value for the money.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional.The Hotel is well maintained from the lobby to the room to the dining area. It was lit up with Christmas lights during our stay and it was inviting. The breakfast was hearty with alot of choices. Our "GO TO" place when we are up on the mountain.

This is a very nice hotel. Awesome location in the pine trees. The room was very clean. The breakfast was well done and delicious with a good variety of choices. The staff was attentive, informative and very helpful.

We had to amke a quick trip to Pinetop AZ and we had our pet with us. This was the only pet friendly hotel in the area. The Staff was super friendly, Rooms were super clean and modern and price was great.

The service level at this Best Western is top notch. Not to mention the clean, quiet rooms. Only place I stay when in Pinetop. The breakfast served is quite good and has a decent variety.. I like the fact that they always call my room after to check in to make sure I am happy with my accommodations.

Excellent property management and staff who truly makes your stay pleasant. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and wanted. Their main concern is your rest and relaxation. Rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is a real breakfast and coffee is always hot and fresh.

I wouldn't call them troubles during my stay....just that I sometimes wonder if the CEO goes around and stays in various hotels. The accommodations were adequate, except the lights by the bed being so high, you have to get out of the bed to turn them on and off (kind of a nuisance to me), sitting on the toilet is like sitting on a 5-gal paint can, especially when you're 6'1" and the outlet by the sink didn't work so had to use one by the desk. Not that, that's a big deal but there's no mirror by the desk. These are "little" annoyances that I would have done differently. Other than that the room was clean, the staff very polite!

Hotel is very comfortable for the price. Breakfast was excellent. It is close to the National Forest and convenient for exercising a dog, walking, or mountain bike riding. Would be a good choice for fishing, bicycle riding or skiing

Ela the Desk Clerk, impressed us w her enthusiasm and morning energy. She treated everyone as if they were special. She moved w efficiently, giving the impression she REALLY liked her job ! Something one doesn't see too often w the younger generation.

Three things keep us coming back to this Best Western. First and foremost. The STAFF. From Shayna at check in to Glenda for our next trip and check out. Your staff ROCKS. Christina and her crew who helped us with the room setup as my wife is ADA also ROCK. Second, you are Pet friendly. Third. We trust your staff. On a previous visit, my wife forgot something very precious and sentimental in the room. We got a call and it was secured and we picked it back up three days later on our return trip from the Valley. See you again in the spring

The hotel was clean and well maintained. We had 8 rooms reserved for my daughter's wedding. The front desk staff had all of the paperwork ready for each of the guests for each room. The called each of the rooms shortly after check in to make sure everything was alright with the rooms.

Nice place. Quiet. Well appointed. Great breakfast and it was early beginning at 6:00AM. Convenient to make shops, restaurants and gasoline stations. Very clean appearance in the parking lot, lobby and exterior. Guest computer was a nice touch as were the newspaper and local publications for shops, restaurants and businesses.

This is one of our favorite Best Western's. We always have a good nights sleep & everything is exceptionally clean & feels comfortable. The staff are always friendly & great to deal with. We like the area too--there are plenty of places to eat & a lot to see when here. You can drive a short while & be out in the forest to enjoy the county air.

Perfect place to stay in Pinetop, especially if you have pampered pooches! I've stayed here 3-4 times in the last year and it's been a superb experience every time. The price is very reasonable, and includes breakfast and internet, parking, etc. The room has a flat screen TV with cable, a fridge and microwave, and nice toiletries. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful, and the maids are so sweet and nice. Location is perfect situated in a nice area with roads for walking and right next to the Picnic Basket for good food.

We chose this hotel because we had to bring our goldendoodle along with us. I was very nervous about staying at a "pet-friendly" hotel. To our surprise, it was EXTREMELY CLEAN, rooms very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and staff was great! Definitely recommend!

We chose to spend my husbands birthday at this inviting location as we had done the previous year on 7 October. After a. warm welcome and check-in we picked up some fresh baked cookies, coffee and a USA Today. Upon arriving at our room we found it as always; spotless and thoughtfully appointed. After a great nights sleep we joined several other guests in the dining area for a mouth watering breakfast feast! Just love the biscuits and gravy! That afternoon came a knock at the door and there stood the desk clerk who smiled and presented my husband a cute little bag containing cookies, a bottle of water and a Happy Birthday Card. This typifies the courteous and thoughtful service by the owner, manager and entire staff. We simply would not consider staying at any other hotel!

Great atmosphere to stay in and the Jacuzzi was great. It was a colder, raining day and the Jacuzzi was perfect. For my travels I always take my pillow but their pillows are nice as well. Very clean, breakfast has something for everyone. Yummy stuff.

Too much mold on the bathroom walls. Beds were not comfortable. Checked out a day early to go to Holiday Inn where the stay was much more comfortable and more amenities. However, their breakfast is pretty good.

Not only were there fresh baked cookies until 9:00 at night, everyone went out of their way to make our stay wonderful from the cleaning staff to the hotel manager. We've already made our return reservations for next year!

It is a pleasant place to stay. We have gone back to this BW when we are in the area. Beds are comfortable as are the rooms. They have a nice frig and microwave in the room as well. Location is good but in and out a bit tricky.

Not a place I would stay again. very generic place. Had only one ice machine, and was loctated on the other side of where my room was. staff was cold. Only reason I stayed here is there were no other avalible places. The rates were way over priced.

Spent 3 nights here and will definitely stay here again when we visit Pinetop. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they provide is the best one we've had on our 3 week trip. The eggs, bacon, and sausage were a welcome sight after only having cereal, waffles, and bagels in other motels. Loved the french toast with strawberries and whipped cream.
