    « Thanksgiving Trip »

Very nice clean comfortable friendly staff. Wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave. Pool outdoor and exercise room also but we didn't use them. Was to drive to and near restaurants and a mall. I would stay here again.

    « hotel »

ok for area need alittle help on room wifi was good will stay agin need alittle help on on towels in room they need to replace them soon the area can be can be good are bad some time need more security

« Service and food needs improvement »

Hotel could not provide one extra bath towel and wash cloth. Breakfast was under par. Coffee grounds were still in coffee pot in our room upon check in. Beds were comfortable. Free wifi. Quiet night's rest.

« Big Mistake Never Again »

when we got to the motel not only was the elevator not working I find out my room was on the 3rd floor. we were able to get a room on the 2nd finally but that took some doing. then the carpet in the room was soaking wet all around the air conditioner and the room smelled bad.if I would have got a phone call explaining the problems I could have made other arrangements but I quess that was too much trouble for them . but they still charged me full price . beware

« Great place to stay! Clean rooms friendly staff! »

We were headed out on a long road trip and pine bluff was our first stop, I was surprised with the room size very spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was large and very clean. I wish we would have had a little more time to stay in the hotel it has a pool but we had to leave really early the next morning. They also have a free breakfast but we were up and gone and grabbed a snack in the car. If I am ever back that way again I will make sure I can stay in the hotel.

« Very convenient and overall a good stay. Weak point was a terrible mattress! »

Terrible mattress but very easy on and off the highway. The parking lot was well light but just big enough for the large hard to turn pickup trucks. Very good breakfast with plenty of seating. I was gone by 7:30 AM And had no crowd in the breakfast area.

    « Wonderful Stay »

We are very familiar with Pine Bluff, Arkansas as we have been there many times ibn the past, but this is the first time staying inb a hotel and the Best Western Presidential Hotel & Suites was a wonderful place to stay. The only problem we had was with some of the guests in the room above us being extremely loud but that was not the Hotel's fault and they contacted them for us and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Pine Bluff, AR.

« Staying for the nite »

Once they get the elevator fixed from a storm that rolled through about a week (7/17/2016) ago...I will rate it a 5. That would be the only reason I did not give it 5stars. The rooms are big....If you are able, reserve a have a separate sitting area(couch, coffee table, and a computer table) away from the bed. It has free WIFI, microwaves and refrigerator. There are plenty of restrurants by the hotel. There is a mall beside the hotel that has a food court inside. The hotel also has a pool and free breakfast

    « road trip »

This was the first time in two or three years that we have been in Pine, Bluff. First time I think at this hotel. Enjoyed the very friendly service and clean, comfortable room. The evening desk was great. Very helpful to two very weary travelers.

    « Awful »

Beware of this place. First suite was allegedly non smoking and it wasn't. The second room had hair in the bed when pulling back the sheets, the toilet was dirty, and the soap dish was filthy. There was long hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Checked out and went elsewhere. Horrible - the front desk clerk said you are having a bad night, would you like to try a third room? No thanks I'm good!!!!!!!

« Great Value in Pine Bluff AR »

This hotel has a warm and friendly staff and is consistent. I have stayed here before and nothing has changed - they are solid. Close to decent dining, a mall, and good highway access. The breakfast could be kicked up a little - after all, this is the South. Too institutional.

    « Best in Area »

I have stayed at other properties in Pine Bluff. When you take in account: Location, cost, rooms, Wi-Fi, feeling safe, and staff- This BW is the BEST by far. Had a wonderful night sleep on a great mattress I wish I had at home. The shower delightful! Most of all, I appreciate the staff's kindness and courtesy.

    « Very nice hotel »

Convenient to interstate and hotel was super nice. However, the town of Pine Bluff, AR is really dying. We found only a few places for dinner, mostly fast food. The mall behind the hotel is sad. The Garfields restaurant is out of business, as well as the Subway. Finally had dinner at Wendy's. But the hotel was new and staff very helpful.

    « Pleasantly suprised »

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional. The bed was very comfortable. The overall price was very reasonable. Great location. Free breakfast that was a real breakfast. Should I need to come back to Pine Bluff I would definitely stay again.

« Almost Too Good To Be True »

We were passing through on our way from Arkansas to Florida and stopped for the night. Our main reason was they're pet friendly. Room was very affordable, very, very clean and the front desk girl was really nice and helpful. Bed was awesome, and the bathroom was huge. I'm still amazed the room with the pet fee was under $100!!! There was also a complimentary breakfast included I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

« Great Value in Pine Bluff »

This is a nice property close to dining and a shopping mall. The rate was excellent. Rooms are clean and they have internet and a complimentary breakfast. I passed on the breakfast since some sports team was in the dining area like locust.

    « Nice, little expensive »

While traveling needed a good night sleep. Checked TripAdvisor for hotels in Pine Bluff. They have smoking rooms. Our room was nice, AC/Heater worked well. TV was good. Plenty of hot water, with good pressure. Continual Breakfast was a 6 on a scale of 1-10. They had sausage and biscuit's and gravy. I really don't like any continual breakfast they are never as good has they could be. Would I stay here again maybe, why maybe $81.00 for the night. Oh yea the elevator is really slow.

    « Pleasant Surprise »

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We checked in after midnight and was greeted with a kind woman with a big smile. The room was clean, nice, and cozy. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pine Bluff. The only thing we were not impressed with was the breakfast. It did not taste great. The best thing I had was the box of raisin bran (I love raisin bran) and apple juice.

« Clean, Good Beds and Reasonable Prices »

I have stayed that this Best Western several nights. The beds are good and the Rooms are Clean. TV channel selection is adequate and the internet connection is pretty good. The breakfast is a typical hotel meal. There were no Forks available on one visit. Spooned a biscuit and gravy.

    « Business »

I have never had a issue with Best Western, The staff was very pleasurable and paid extra attention to their quests. They said hello and hoped that we had a good day on coming and going The rooms were clean and had flat screen tvs, micro and fridge inn every room. Also free WIFI. Hot breakfast as well. oh and inside corridors with elevators

« very nice and clean!! »

FIRST OFF.... I have read the previous reviews on this Hotel and totally disagree with all the negative stuff. Compared to the place across the street (Pine Bluff Inn and Suites) this place is FANTASTIC!! This is the second time I have stayed here, once with old owners and now with the new owners (heard it switched hands) and everything is GREAT!! The room is so clean, no holes in the walls or ceilings, clean updated carpet and the second I walked into the room the smell took me by surprise. it smelt SOOO GOOOD and CLEAN in here. I actually wanted to go ask with they used to clean the room it was that good. There was NOT one thing I didn't like about the place. The parking lot is well lit. The ladies at the front desk are helpful and sweet. The breakfast in the morning is tasteful and delicious. Lots of choices! Waffles, Eggs, Biscuits and Gravy, various muffins bagels and toast, cereals, sausage and fruit with milk and various juices... Everything is great... if you come to town you have to stay here. plus its by the mall.

    « Average »

Room was very clean which is always a plus. Good shower and shower head which is always a plus for me. Floor in room was very squeaky as you walked across the room. Breakfast was free but really not that good. They ran out of food and cups. Price of room was very fair and Tammy at front desk a sweetheart.

    « Stay away! »

Incompetent and rude staff, starting with management. We have a pending fraudulent credit card charge investigation and we would not recommend to any travelers. Hampton Inn down the street is a much better choice.

    « Review Stay »

TV did not work and the remote needed batteries. The food was not good, no variety compared to other Best Western's. No one was around the eating area to ask for assistance. The room was quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep. This is a much older motel than other Best Western's.

    « Good stay »

My fiancé and I were passing through town traveling for Christmas and stayed here. It was nice and clean and quiet. We were some of the only people in the entire hotel. The only complaint I would have is when we arrived the lady at the front desk was on her cellphone and took a few moments before she put whoever she was speaking to on hold. I just think that is rude and unprofessional. Other than that it was a great stay.

    « Recommendations »

I had friends stay at the Holiday Inn Express for the same time frame and saw that they had a much better stay to include the breakfast items and staff. If I had to choose over, I would choose the Holiday Inn Express and I like BestWestern, based on the one in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Staff friendly and helpful when booking. Same when arriving and checking out. Rooms were very clean as were all areas of hotel. While eating breakfast @ 6am staff were polishing and cleaning areas of lobby.

« Fishing in Pine Bluff »

We got to Pine Bluff at 5 a.m. in the morning. After dropping our son off with his boat captain, we needed to rest. For an extra $20, we were able to get into our room since were so tired. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, although we didn't eat much either time. The cable messed up on Friday night when we were waiting for the premier of Gold Rush but when I called the front desk, she promptly reset the system and we were in business. There were a few housekeeping issues that I made note of but probably just new staff. Nothing that I couldn't overlook for a one night stay. All in all, it was a nice place and I would stay again if I am ever up that way.

    « Fantastic Breakfast »

Our suite was very nice, excellent television, great beds, and a fantastic breakfast. First time I'd seen a pancake machine, push the button and the pancake rolled out, hot, nice and brown, delicious. Great people at the desk.

During my stay I kept wandering why I wasn't getting replacement towels, cups, coffee, soap, etc. It caused no reason for me to complain, but I just hope it was not just to be cheap. Also, please please please please do more to make your in-room internet service better. After all these years I thought by now you would have gotten the message.

    « Fair enough »

Our room just okay. The bed was hard, the shower curtain had either mold or blood (something suspect on it). Customer service was weak at best. The lobby was clean and welcoming. If you are willing to overlook some things, it is okay for an overnight stay for a night but I wouldn't want to stay there very long. The breakfast was more than I expected, but not well maintained. When we checked in (granted it was after 7:00 pm) we stood at the front desk for 5 minutes after we rang the bell before anyone came to check us in. It was like a ghost town at first.

« Horrible but stayed previous with no issues!!! »

I had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast. The rep was ignoring the guest to get someone to bring the food for breakfast, the sheets did not fit properly on the bed, the entire stay I immediately reported that my phone was out and they did NOTHING to correct the issue, therefore was out of a phone to make local calls, the air conditioner went out and they had someone to fix it 5 hours later. The room was not prepared for towel and soap, had to call the front desk for them to bring it and they took their time about 2 hours later.... I have stayed at this location previous times and this was an first!!!

    « Great stay! »

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and filling. The staffers were nice and helpful. We had a good stay. We will stay there again since our daughters are now students at UAPB. Go Golden Lions...
