Most helpful in getting extra blankets for us so my husband was comfortable. It was quiet, pleasing atmosphere and we look forward to visiting again when we travel. The breakfast was very convenient and the staff we did interact with were kind. On the 3rd floor and the view was nice, I appreciated that very much, was fun to watch itvsnow

I enjoyed my stay with my kids , they had fun at the pool the stuff were very nice and friendly Lizeth and Rebecka at the front desk were absolutely wonderful people, so thank you! Had a great get away at best western with my kids, great location surrounded by lot of restaurants and stores.

The rooms were pretty basic and very clean. The reception area was welcoming and spacious with lots of seating. There was a family using one of the tables for family games. We sat by the fireplace for awhile. The staff was so friendly and willing to help you with anything. The pool and hot tub was nice. The breakfast good.

Stayed overnight with our family of 4 and fur baby. Enjoyed dinner 2 min away at Harvest - which was delicious. Next to Whole Foods so we picked up snacks for our road trip adventure. Breakfast was solid and then enjoyed some pool and ping pong time with kids before heading out. The indoor pool and games was a big surprise and really fun. Looked like they had some rooms that were adjacent to the pool if you want to maximize your fun. Would recommend to others!

The entire staff was Happy and eager to help in many ways. Breakfast was excellent thanks to the main chef in charge and his help. Best sleep and most comfortable bed we slept on in ten hotels we stayed at on our trip. We will be back soon and cannot wait for the exceptional experience we receive from Best Western Landmark Inn.

We stayed in the King Suite with a jacuzzi. It was a huge room. Super quiet at night, couldn't hear any neighbors. Very comfortable beds, I slept very well. The whole hotel is very nice and feels like a real ski lodge. I will always recommend Best Western hotels.

Great place to stay when skiing. Location is good. Accommodations were excellent. Staff was awesome. We had traveled a good distance and had never been to this area. Would definitely recommend this Best Western hotel and most definitely stay there again.

We have been staying at this hotel since approximately 2010. They have never disappointed us. We were initially drawn in by their low rates. While rates have increased over the years, it is still worth it, and better priced than anything closer to the town of Park city. Staff are always helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to accommodate all of your needs. This year we stayed in the honeymoon suite. We had hoped for the family suite but it was not available. It offered plenty of sleeping area for myself, my spouse and our two children. They provided a rollaway without any problem. Breakfast is fantastic, as breakfast goes. Everything is tidy, and the rooms and common areas have always been very clean. Some may say that the hotel is a bit dated. But overall we have seen nice renovations. Locations is good. If you desire to ski deer valley or park city it is near by. If you'd prefer the cottonwoods it's about 45 minutes. Snowbasin is accessible in about 90 minutes. In the summer it is near to hiking and great outdoor eating along with many other activities! Ordering food in is also convenient. Lots to choose from. Next door there is a Whole Foods Market and a Walmart across the way. Very convenient! We will be back and would recommend.

Very loud! Slamming doors all the time. Smoke detector beeping. Ice machine rumbling. You can hear EVERYTHING, even when people are walking in the halls. Plus breakfast could have been open a little later, maybe like 10am instead. Overall, it was a good experience.

We were in Park City to ski (why else?) and this hotel was a a bargain in a very costly city. For less than $200 a night, we had a large room with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in any hotel, better than what we'd encountered in some very high end places. The included breakfasts were quite good, the front desk staff were very helpful and when I accidentally left my credit card sitting out instead of putting it in my ski coat, the room cleaner put it on top of the bed where I couldn't miss it (I don't take this kind of honesty for granted.) Amenities included a hot tub, pool and sauna that were very easy to get to, with lots of thick towels. The location was great; it was a relatively short drive to Park City and Deer Valley, close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping and right across from the Olympic Training Center (worth a visit.) My only (very minor) complaint was no hair dryer in the room, but overall, this was an excellent value for the money and we'd gladly stay here again.

Well maintained and helpful friendly staff! Location is convenient to food, shopping and Mountain! Breakfast included in your stay which was helpful when you are trying to get to mountain for the first chair. Would stay here again highly Recommended!

It was good, except the door had a large gap along the side and along the bottom, so it was difficult to rest without being disturbed by others walking in the hall or talking. Why I enjoyed it was because of Rebecca and Tyler. They were amazing and so were the cleaning staff and maintenance men, The women preparing breakfast, wonderful! The ORGANIC PRODUCTS are amazing!

So clean and the staff is very friendly! Keep it up!!! I travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Close to PC and Woodward. We always look forward to staying here. Great pool and hot tub!

No closets. No hangers. Not enough hooks to hang ski gear to dry. . No bathroom near pool/sauna area or locker room to use to change. Employees very nice and helpful. Very clean Easy access to Whole Foods and Walmart and kimball junction. Need more knowledge of shuttle and bus system.

This hotel is located at a great location up in Park City. Hotel is clean and functional. Nice lobby and seating area. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Beds were comfortable. Heating is an older wall unit which is often pretty typical and thus noisy but not unusual for many hotels

Good breakfast nice pool and hot tub and game room. The staff is excellent. Rebecca, Liz and Kyler at the desk and Milo at breakfast. Dog friendly although we didn't have ours with. Stayed last winter and returned this year. There is a ski shop and rental on premise. Bus across the street to all ski resorts and park city Main Street.

Employees were super kind and helpful wether it was checking in or needing anything for the room. The rooms were super clean and the cleaning staff made sure that I was happy with what I was coming back to every morning. Will be back next year!!

This hotel was a perfect stop on our ski trip. We were impressed with how beautiful the entrance and layout were when we walked in. Rebecca checked us in, and was very kind with a great sense of humor! All staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We were able to avoid most of the hubbub of the Sundance Festival here, and we really liked that! Dining options around the hotel were great (Park City Brewing and Ghidotti's). Easy drives to Deer Valley and Snowbasin too. We stayed here two nights, with a plushy king bed on the first floor, and the pool area was literally around the corner. EVERYTHING was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was also good for us, and covered all of the basics. We hit the hot tub around 4pm and had the place to ourselves! They also have a SAUNA! Not a usual hotel amenity, so we were stoked about that! We would definitely come here again.

Great property in a great location. Reasonable rates. Stayed her for one night after checking out of ski condo and was blown away with the value at this place. Great staff, rooms amenities and location. I would gladly stay here for a longer stay and just drive to the ski slopes. MUCH CHEAPER and for the money just as nice.

The staff did a great job.. We left a shirt in the room and the staff called within 2 hours of our departure... held the shirt until we returned. The breakfast was very good, the room clean and fresh.

It was overall a great experience. I would come to stay again. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I accidentally booked a handicap accessible room and they switched me with no problems. We had two parties and they were able to put us close to the other party's room as well.

Everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very delicious. It had basically everything! We stayed at pool side room. Very convenient my kids loved and enjoyed every second there. For what we paid for, we got very great experience. Since we stayed there the weekend with our kids, our room micro, and fridge was very needed. We can just walk out to the pool from our room which was the besssst!!! Everyone was super nice and professional. You will see employees cleaning all the time. It was that clean. I was very surprised. We will definitely going back

Such a cute hotel. I loved the design and decor. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked really cool with the rock landscaping. The bathroom was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing! They have a fresh yogurt machine. I've never seen that before. I mixed it with hot fresh oatmeal, two kinds of chopped nuts, and jam. My husband enjoyed scrambled eggs and potatoes.

Everything was very clean and tidy. When I first walked in the person behind the service desk greeted me as if a good friend had walked through the door. I usually stay at a competitors location but, I will also stay at more Best Western locations.

Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was great with many options. The only thing I would change is removing the game room from the pool area the humidity in there and smell of chlorine made it hard to play games for very long. Too hot and gave me a migraine. And it should state that most those games are at an additional cost. However the room was clean and comfy. Great stay! We will definitely come back

Air conditioner intakex12 inches from head of bed...next to your head. Loud and hard to sleep...woke up sick and congested in the am... dust and allergens in intake. First floor on pool level... first room past pinball machines...terrible stay!!!

We got a suite and it was so roomy, perfect for our family of four. I did have to go to the front desk for a couple of items, but they were very responsive and so nice. The pool, hot tub, and grounds all seemed older but well-kept. Overall I would highly recommend, we had a wonderful stay!

The service was very professional ! The beds were so comfortable, pillows were fluffy. Everything was clean ! Breakfast was great. A great place to stay while visiting the mountains and other attractions that are available in Park City. Easy on and off the freeway ! Pet friendly !

We booked this hotel in Kimball Junction because Park City was mostly booked up due to Sundance Film Festival. We would definitely consider staying here again because it's close enough to the ski resorts. It's not fancy, but it's very clean and comfortable. The lobby is well done with a big fireplace that give the hotel a ski lodge feel. I would highly recommend this hotel for skiers and boarders looking for a cheaper alternative to a hotel or condo in Park City. I rated this hotel only average for sleep quality and rooms only because it was noisier than I would have liked. The room was very good otherwise and the bed was very comfortable.

Sundance film festival caused rates to skyrocket which unfortunately made it hardly worth the cost. Amenities plentiful, front desk staff wonderful, militant on rule times, bed creaky, air in room loud... drink bottled water

Surprisingly, well-maintained hotel about 10 miles outside of Park city rooms are spacious and well taken care of - towels are soft, beds are good, TV great- housekeeping keeps the hotel looking very good. There is a pool and a Jacuzzi and the people at the front desk are very good. Also there is an outrageous breakfast served from 7 to 9 PM with an incredible array of hot food and cold. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Park City.

I was unable to leave Park City Due to the snowy conditions and accidents around town.After 3 hours of driving around I decided to get a room. Great price for not planning on having to stay a night away from home. Kathy at the front desk was empathetic to my situation, attentive and very professional knowing her job very well. She even made sure I had a toothbrush for the night! It was great to feel cared for!!

Why the 200 word minimum. Just wanted to play for a night.didnt check in until after 7p .m. checked out by 8ish a.m. more late night snacks needed. Fruit availability late night would be nice. Thank you! Enjoyed your pool/ game area with the time we had and were allotted.

The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn is a wonderful hotel. The lobby is very nice and the room that we had booked was spacious and clean. A supermarket and Whole Foods is in walking distance from the hotel. The transportation center is a 5-10 minute walk (Kimball Junction) . The breakfast that is given each morning is a great way to start the day. I would like to mention a few people that should be recognized as wonderful employees of the Best Western Plus. Since we knew that we would be arriving at the hotel at 1:00 am, we had ordered groceries and Dominoes food on line to be sent to the hotel. Audrie (the person that was working the front desk) had put the groceries in the refrigerator in our room and gave us plates, napkins and plastic utensils. Audrie also gave us water and some snacks. Audrie is one of the nicest people we had ever met. Audrie was extremely pleasant, so nice, so friendly and so helpful. We truly appreciated all of Audrie's help for Audrie is a wonderful person. Kyler who also works at the front desk was extremely helpful , so friendly and extremely nice. Every time I would see Kyler, Kyler always had a smile on his face and was eager to help people. We had asked for a late checkout, an hour past checkout time, and Kyler was more than happy to grant our request. I was having trouble loading the suit cases onto the cart (my husband and daughter went skiing). Jesus, a custodian, saw me having trouble and offered his help. He loaded the cart and offered to bring the carts and ski bags to the lobby which he did. Jesus is such a nice person, extremely helpful and so friendly. I truly appreciated all of Jesus's help. Ivonne , in housekeeping, was so friendly and nice. Our room was immaculate. A suggestion to make the walk quicker to the transportation center, is to leave at the side of the building near room 304. These four employees are assets to the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn and to the Best Western Corporation. I recommend staying at this hotel. We had a great stay.

This is our new park city adventure hotel, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, played billiards, foosball, ping pong and air hockey as well as jumping in the snow around the outside recreational area. The room was immaculate and had access to the pool area via our own personal door. We were just a few steps from all the fun activities plus there was old school video arcade just down the hall from our room. The staff was smiling and very friendly and courteous. This is our hotel now and the only place we will rent when in the park city area.

Great location, great amenities, friendly staff- really love this place! The rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast is great, pool and hot tub are super nice, and close to free city buses to ski! Also walking distance to stores and groceries

This is a great place to stay. The house cleaning ladies were great & very nice, as were the front desk and assistants. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. We felt safe & we slept well the 3 nights we stayed. The breakfast was best we've experienced at a hotel for some time. Meat & veggies in the scrambled eggs even! Plus the extras that were provided 24 hours--the lobby coffee, hot choc, tea selections. We are more loyal to Best Western hotels now after staying at Best Western Landmark Inn. Staying in another one tonight in fact!:)

Room was dirty and was never cleaned during our stay. Old wet towels and hair bunnies piled up in the bathroom. Tub took forever to drain and was such a mess. Sleeper sofa was horrible. We never got enough pillows, they claimed they were out, for all guests. We had to use our ski jackets!! Breakfast was great and good location but that's about it.

The rooms are quiet and cozy. The hotel itself is right off the highway but far enough that you don't get the sounds of traffic. The breakfast was average and your typical complimentary meal. They have a pool with a hot tub and sauna but the sauna would never get hot and the pool was super cold. Our little ones had a hard time being in there for more than a few minutes. Both the pool and hot tub were very heavily chemically treated to the point that it burned our eyes and made my son break out in a rash. Besides that negative part, the staff was friendly and always a huge help. There was almost never a waiting period to talk to someone!

Exceeded expectations. Aside from the great facilities everyone there was engaging, eager to assist and make me feel welcome. No scuffed furniture, no musty smell, no dirty carpets. Well stocked amenities, free breakfast has food you actually don't mind eating, plenty of parking.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful!!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of room. Love the ambiance … lobby, fireplace, pool and entertainment areas are so nice. Seating for breakfast was hard to find at peak times but that is unavoidable. Lots of good options for breakfast AND my favorite thing??? The AWESOME 24/7 coffee hot chocolate machine!! (Maybe keep pool and hot tub open later?) I have decided to join BW rewards and frequent that hotel!!!

This hotel offers everything you could want! For starters it looks like a beautiful lodge with an inviting fireplace that we sat by in the evenings after we swam in the indoor pool and hot tub. They have an arcade and ping pong, pool table, and air hockey as well! The free breakfast was really extensive and had everything you could want. It is also very close to Park City Ski resort! Pricing was amazing and they allow pets!

This was a great hotel! Everything met my expectations and more! The employees were kind. The lobby, hallways and my room were in excellent condition and clean. The front desk employees were always so informative and smiled. The only thing I would have to say was a small, very small downer was the pool was not heated and being here in the winter meant the hot tub was always full. Besides that everything was great!

Staff is amazing, there is a full breakfast in the morning. Rooms are always clean. Worth every penny. Anytime I'm in Utah I stay at this hotel. I've stayed at my fair share of hotels and this is easily a top 3. I've paid significantly more and gotten 1/2 the value/service/ etc.

Staff were excellent, beds were perfect and the amenities several steps above the average. Kathy at the front desk helped us out immensely to make our stay great. We keep returning to this particular hotel for staycations because of its comfort cleanliness and friendly environment.

The leaves in Park City (Guardsman's Pass) were spectacular... The stay at Landmark Inn was most enjoyable... The restaurants (Loco Lizard, Baja Cantina) and shops (Outlet Stores) were all great. Had a great relaxing getaway. -thnx-

Hubby and I spent only 1 night here as our son's school's quarterly Parent Weekend started out in Park City. We had a 2 queen room poolside since my hubby has a severe dog dander allergy and we needed a pet-free room.. He had no problems at all. A bit of chlorine smell from the pool but we both caught colds a few days before this so it wasn't bad for us. Hotel management warned us of this so we were prepared. The pool closed at 10pm so any noise went away after that when we really wanted it more quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful and courteous, meeting facilities were fine, and the location of this hotel was wonderful. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we'd expect a hotel to have. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. We'd recommend staying here if in the Park City area, especially if you want to easily get on and off the highways.

We arrived early and they graciously allowed us into our room. We had our two Golden Retrievers with us and this hotel worked perfectly! There is a wonderful dog park ( Run a Muck) not far from this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast worked well for our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

An easy and quick check-in with friendly employees. Very good size room with a king bed. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

Their pool area was beautiful and the breakfast service was good with a wide array of options. Check in and out was easy, and the staff were friendly. good coffee too!

It's a nice area to stay in. It's close to restaurants and to the outlet stores. There is a Walmart close by. The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. We had a room with a king bed and sofa. The bed was really comfortable.

A lady at the front desk named Cathy went above and beyond for me when I came and asked for lady products and found some in the back for me. She was sweet and understanding and I really appreciated her.

The hotel building was very nice. However online it states a full breakfast buffet. Instead we were handed a plate with ice cold scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. No place to heat it up. The hotel won't allow you to choose what you want and you couldn't even have access to the coffee. You had to ask for everything through a plexiglass shield and watch the staff person roll her eyes at you. Very rude. And a pathetic excuse for what was listed online as a “full buffet breakfast”. Very disappointing as we chose this hotel specifically because of the "full buffet breakfast ". We have been traveling for several weeks and this is the first hotel we have experienced such a terrible breakfast. I usually choose BW. And this is a Plus hotel. Not what we expected. They need to change up breakfast, let people serve themselves the buffet (isn't that what a buffet is?), provide tables to eat at in the breakfast room, or they will not have return customers. Very much disappointed BW, and a Plus hotel! Sad.

The pool side room was fantastic. The room was a bit small, but being able to just open the door and walk right in to the pool area made up for it. My grandkids are already looking forward to another visit.

My sister and I stayed here for a girl's weekend and we had a wonderful time! The hotel is clean and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was homey. The site says the pool is heated (it's not) but it was still nice to swim in. The hot tub wasn't super hot but we still had a good time relaxing for a bit. The continental breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of food to choose from. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

I stay at Best Western primarily for consistency and value. This particular Best Western was a bit more expensive than the usual Best Western but pales in comparison to prices charged at competing hotels in this area considering where it is located. All that said, this particular Best Western is quite a bit fancier than my normal consistent and value oriented Best Western. Our room was bigger, the amenities were superior and the service was better than usual.

We booked for my husbands birthday. Unfortunate to have met the rudest staff ever at check in. They where unable to explain the change in rate (actually cheaper at check in) or if we where going to be charged for the room twice as it appeared or if they would refund if we where. All they could say was they are a Best Western franchise and to bad if we where charged twice did not matter to them as they said it was because we had made the booking with Expedia (we booked direct via the bw website). First time ever going to a hotel where they did not have access to card details used to book the room on file, did not provide a print out of room fees to sign and confirm. Refused to get the duty manager to assist. All Cathy could do was smirk and smile and say we where indeed better off leaving when my husband and I where privately discussing what to do and why we where seeing a double charge and when asked if we could speak with the duty manager she said she could call the police all she could say is we where being unkind. Unfortunately looks like we weren't the first and wont be the last customers to be treated this badly by staff at the best western landmark inn (franchise). Never been treated so poorly in my life ever or so humiliated by smirking check in staff. All it would have taken would be for you to have said ‘it's ok if you get charged twice for the room I'm Cathy just let me know and I will help you sort it'. Rudest and most unkind person I've ever had the miss fortune of meeting. Did not stay.

Hotel is nice and clean. Outdoor area is great and swimming area is good. The problem comes with the continental breakfast. They do not let you serve yourself. You have to be served across plexiglass barriers and there is no seating. This creates long unnecessary lines for breakfast, unable to portion what food you want and it is ridiculous that they have not moved on from plexiglass barriers and unavailable seating. Pretty pathetic service.

The hotel is located in a newly developed area with a Whole Foods Market a stone's throw away. The rooms are well appointed for travelers with a microwave, coffee maker, and frig. Bed was comfy. Bath cramped but usable. Would have appreciated comfort height toilets. Great breakfast - scrambled eggs were good which often can be rubbery on free breakfast buffets. Not here. The hotel staff also were dealing with a youth conference and handled it beautifully.

Clean, great service, friendly and attentive staff, and love the layout! We enjoyed the pool and the back yard area with our dog. Wish we could've stayed longer, but we were roadtripping up to Yellowstone. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Park City!

Great customer service! When requested, we were placed in a quiet hall. Got a great night's sleep, breakfast was great! Hot tub and pool working and was so relaxing! Desk personnel was friendly and accommodating for checking me in early . Thank you for a great stay!

Front Desk Cody was stellar. Beautiful place -- spacious, gorgeous, quiet. Excellent stay. The place is spotless. All the front desk staff are extremely polite, helpful and kind. It was such a surprise be able to get this beautiful suite for our anniversary. Five Stars.

We had a fantastic stay! The indoor pool area was so much fun! Our grandson loved it! The room was clean and comfortable and it was refreshing to have breakfast included! This is more uncommon now since Covid.

We spent 3 days here for a family reunion & used the Zion room for our group of 40 to meet in. Cindy Galli arranged a perfect experience for us! This hotel is nicely updated & beautifully maintained & the staff is friendly & efficient! The indoor pool & hot tub plus play area were wonderful. It is right by the Olympic Park & close to lots of restaurants plus a Walmart. We loved it!

Worst night sleep in my three weeks of travel. Room 342 had the worse bed. I woke up several times with a back ache. My guy had a problem getting the shower to work correctly. The hotel offered free breakfast. Had a pool and hot tub. We didn't use it because parents allow their kids to use their floats in it.

My wife and I have stayed here 5 times. The service has always been exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cody always makes us feel special and we really appreciate his taking the time to answer all our questions. It's one of our favorite places to stay!

We loved coming here especially how close to shopping and outdoor attractions! We have been coming here since 2019. We are Best Western Diamond Select Members and we will be coming here again in future stays!

Great beds! Pool, sauna, and hot tub!Everything thing is great except the breakfast is kinda meh. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean! Big hot tub made for a Great night. There is so much seating in the main floor to play games or work. An arcade in the lower floor was a real nice perk as well! Overall this is the second time here and if we ever come back we will stay again!

We loved our stay with only a couple set backs. The staff was excellent and food/stay went well. We just found old crusty boogers on our pillow when we arrived, and the shampoo holder in the shower fell and injured me when showering. But we would happily return, I'm sure those were just a fluke.

Exceptional staff. Many amenities and a hot breakfast. Cathy and Lis especially helpful. Bathroom vanity in our room was tiny. Wish it was larger. The lobby was great. My husband and I were able to play our board game there. Family friendly with all the great areas for kids and teenagers.

My wife and I have stayed at the BW+ hotel several times over the past several years. This property is consistently well staffed, well maintained and very comfortable. Additionally we really like the location. It is very well situated to I80 and very close to awesome amenities such as Whole Foods which has great prepared meal options available daily.

Plus side - room very clean, and Renee the night receptionist did her best for us. The guests on both sides of us (rooms 306 and 310) had their TVs on from check-in ALL night. loudly. Renee was great, trying to get them to quiet down, but 310 guest wouldn't answer the door, didn't turn TV down until 11:30, even then it was still on, loud enough to keep us awake. Renee told us to ask the manager to comp us the room in the morning. After about 3 hours of sleep, I asked manager to comp the room, and he said he would waive the $20. pet fee! not cool. Here's the thing - the 308 person had been there awhile, and all receptionists said they had repeated problems with her - so why did they book someone next to her when the hotel wasn't full? I had to stay another night while my car was fixed in Salt Lake, and they compensated that night (I think - I haven't yet received an invoice after a week). The manager also approved a one hour late checkout while I hosted a meeting for work.

Wonderful atmosphere and staff, very clean entrance, foyer, lobby, lounge area, pool, fitness center, elevator, stairs, lobby bathrooms, and of course the suite was very clean, we're very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending. We appreciate the whole Best Western Plus Landndmark Inn Park City team!

fabulous place to find rest on a long road trip - super friendly, clean and great value! Really appreciate the pet friendly status of the hotel. Next to Whole Foods so we could eat healthy for a change. Breakfast provided was good, lots of choices and superbly organized! highly recommend

We loved it here, it was clean and well priced and perfect for a weekend getaway. They had games and a pool as well as good rooms so even hanging out at the hotel was a blast. Also great location, we will be coming back!

We stayed here on a through night on ur vacation. The hotel is super clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is super friendly! We had a great experience and will stay here again when in Park City. Location was also great!

Absolutely loved staying here from the in-room jacuzzi tub room to the hott breakfast in the morning. We come here often and we're very disappointed we were not told the pool was closed for renovations as does the other hotels do upon booking. We had our 3 kids with us but luckily we booked the Jacuzzi tub room so at least they enjoyed that.

Desk staff were quite rude. Request was ignored. Night of our stay we were told we could check out at noon for free. The next day the front desk girl was yelling at us for not being out by 11:30. There were dirty socks in our room and a strong smell. Breakfast was great and staff beside desk staff were friendly and attentive

I wanted to like this hotel,but the Chemicals are used to cover up the pet smell with overpowering and cause a allergic reaction. I would recommend staying at a pet free hotel, becausethis cause issues.

Super convenient stay and awesome staff to take care of you. The staff upgraded us to a room with microwave so we could eat something since everything was closed. Bonus breakfast included to fuel you before heading to the mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I picked this place off of a map as the 1/3 point in our Sacramento to Chicago trek because of a job relocation. It is one of the nicest Best Western Plus Hotels we have ever stayed in. Super clean, nice front desk staff, large room with a comfortable bed, small refrigerator and microwave. We also picked it as it advertised as dog friendly, and our Golden Retriever Bowie was traveling with us. He enjoyed the nice grassy areas around the hotel to stretch his legs. There was a designated area where he could do his business which had plastic doggy bags so responsible dog owners could keep the area clean for other dogs. All three of us got a good nights rest and we will definitely visit this Best Western next time we come through this area.

We stay at this best western multiple times a year due to our son being a competitive freestyle skier. This BW is the closest hotel to the UOP and it is always consistent. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are always clean and the prices are within reason given that it's park city. They still do the Covid style complementary breakfast so the selection is smaller but still good. They have a wonderful patio area where you can grill and hang out and they also have a terrific family style suite if you are staying with a big group and would like a mini kitchen.

Entire staff is very helpful and the hot tub was awesome along with a great breakfast. this hotel was a good ski trip get-a-way with easy access to the bus line to & from the slopes the next door whole foods store was convienient as well..

All personnel were courteous and professional. Although I would like to have had just toast and butter at breakfast, the breakfast that they served was good and filling and plentiful. There was one collection bin for recycling that I saw in the hallways of the rooms. I would suggest more recycle bins near the breakfast room or near the front desk. Very glad to see the soaps and shampoos in boxes mounted on the wall instead of tiny bottles. This is a great step toward reducing the carbon footprint.

BW has a lot to offer without the crowds of Park City. 5 min drive to Canyon Resort for skiers and boarders; pool, hot tub and game room for non-snow sporters! Rooms are clean and well appointed - breakfast is great!!

Room was well taken care of, the staff was friendly, the pool area was exceptionally clean, beds were not creaky so as to not disturb the rest of the family, very spacious rooms, only thing I wish had been different was a variety of breakfast items. Eggs, potatoes, and a change of meat daily...add in some toast, waffles..something. Loved our stay! Would return!

We loved our stay at the Best Western Landmark in Park City! The pool, hot tub and play area were awesome. The free breakfast was perfect. No "resort fee." The lobby was cozy and warm. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Love this hotel.

No hot water pressure to have a shower. I was told to leave the “water” which water? running for 15 min to be able to have a shower like it is a normal practice in this hotel. I was just saying for one night before taking a flight, I could never shower. I'm going to try to get my money back.

HOTEL - There is NO hotel shuttle to slope. When I booked I called to check how we (4 adults and 2 small children) would get to slopes and was told there was a shuttle. There is a public bus which is okay but necessitates a walk carrying gear about 200 yards. Spending over $3500 and have to take a packed city bus with young children was a huge disappointment. In fact the hotel shuttle was not available for anything. COVID was blamed but many other shuttles were running so that was a doubtful explanation. - Almost all staff were not wearing masks the entire week. - Pool and hot tub nice but there's no place to wash off before using either so lots of sweaty bodies! - Small game room and some games at poolside. ROOM - No microwave in $300+ per night room! - Safe not working - Phone not working - No paper or pen for taking messages - Pillows cheap and lumpy BREAKFAST - Very disappointing. Serving is by 2 staff standing behind plexiglass screens (Apparently COVID was a concern here but not elsewhere around the hotel!). You have to line up and request from the limited options. The “hot” breakfast choice (which hardly changes each day), was cold when we tried it. There was NO cereal of any kind, NO bread of any kind, NO milk substitute. This arrangement was not the case at the BW in SLC so unless it was required by Park City it was totally unnecessary.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Spotless, spacious room. Great price. Short drive to downtown Park City. Great breakfast and coffee! All staff we encountered were very nice. We will definitely stay here again. Would highly recommended!

Short drive to Park City/Deer Valley. Excellent amenities and staff. Our room was recently updated. Very adequate kitchen area. Exception breakfast because free water bottles, great tasting coffee, good selection and all served behind Covid-friendly barrier.

Great staff too. Free breakfast with servers who are there to greet you every morning. Good coffee in lobby with fire place and plenty of comfortable seats. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Nice game room also.

Have never been disappointed in the 20 plus years I have been staying there. Staff service are great. Due to the covid issue breakfast was not as great as normal but that is by no means a slight. Options were just limited, but the food still was good.

We loved staying here with our 4 kids. The hotel staff was kind and helpful getting us the right room. The pool hours are great! They open early and close late so we were able to spend all the time the kids wanted there. There's a lot of other things to do as well, the arcade games, pool table, and air hockey. The kids were never board and we had a great time:)

We had an enjoyable visit at this Best Western hotel. The lobby was very nice and a comfortable place to sit. The Christmas decorations were beautiful as well. Our room was comfortable too. Every employee I came into contact with was friendly and helpful.

The exterior doors not look impressive and my kids questioned my choice for a hotel but that changed when we went inside. The lobby is cozy with a nice fireplace. Free hot breakfast was a nice way to start the day before skiing and indoor hot tub, heated pool, and sauna were a nice way to end a day on the slopes.

They are so friendly and all about customer service. They check and make sure everything is OK. My son forgot his clothes and they offered to ship it back. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The area is very convenient too. Overall, great!

we love staying here , pool access right from our room our children stay very entertained here plus the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The access to shopping, snowboarding and great restaurant very close by. the parking is very close and convenient

The amenities were fantastic. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, billiards table (Stix need new tips). Breakfast was amazing. The staff was amazing. Room needed a better dusting off and their was too much furniture in the room, we had to move the desk to get to our adjoining room.

I booked a jacuzzi room for my anniversary. I called ahead to see if we could check in early. Kyler, the gentleman who answered the phone, was so nice and said that we could. I had put on my reservation that I wanted some extra pillows and he confirmed over the phone that they would be in our room. I arrived about 2 hours early and Kyler got us into our room early. Our room was better than we expected; the pictures didn't do it justice. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 of us and it was so deep. Both my wife and I have some medical issues and to have a tub with jets that go all the way up to your neck (well for me anyway cuz I'm short) was amazing. The extra pillows were ready for us when we got to our room. The room was clean and pretty large for a hotel room. Another bonus was that the toiletries are cruelty free. We try not to use products where they test on animals. Thank you Kyler for making our anniversary and Thanksgiving day a great one.

E, pool excellent place to stay. Great hot breakfast. Clean rooms. Great staff. Pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, etc. The location is right off the interstate and easy to find. Many restaurants nearby.Ski resorts are a quick 10 minutes away.

The woman who checked us in upgraded our room because we are best western members. I had forgotten what a nice swimming pool and hot tub the landmark inn has. It is so convenient for a quick trip down to Salt Lake City and back in time for dinner.

Clean and spacious rooms, hot breakfast is take-away. Serving staff eager to please and polite. Hot tubs with towels nearby. Game room, pool table. Check what coins if any they need. Nicely decorated. WHOLE FOODS next door for meals and groceries.

Best Western never disappoints! We've stayed here for business, as a family, and as a couple. Rooms are always spotless, beds are ridiculously comfortable, staff is friendly and breakfast is incredible. What's not to love?! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful reception area, too bad no welcome warm cookies, no popcorn, no restaurant, no bar and fire place not lit during 27 degrees and snowing out side. These employees and manager of property should visit Fillmore Inn in Colorado Springs for Best Western training

Cathy and Kyler were great to deal with. Our group was there for one night and the staff let us keep our trailer there for a week while we roe the state. Cathy was very accommodating to everyone in our group and they went above and beyond not only for the guests, but for a few of us that were not staying there.

The hotel is close to 80 and right at the bottom of the hill from Olympic Sports Park. 5 min from downtown PC. Room was clean and check-in was very easy. Pool and hot-tub and a must after playing all day.

This hotel was beautiful. The pool/hot tub area was amazing, which included a sauna, pool table, and other table games. The outside had a volleyball net, BBQ grill, dog area, and also a place to play horseshoes. The hot breakfast was great along with the brown bag of extra goodies for the road. We especially liked that it was a Pet Friendly Hotel! We will definitely stay here again!

We were looking forward to a couple days in Park City for some hiking and sight seeing with our big dog and were extremely pleased to find that Best Western Plus Landmark Inn was pet friendly. Our King Suite had plenty of room for all us plus his bed and the hotel amenities were outstanding. Though we couldn't go together, my husband and I greatly enjoyed the sauna, the spa and the pool, which were great for our sore, post-hike bodies...my husband led me up several mountains :-). The Covid breakfast was take-away but the hotel still offered hot food choices like scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes along with yogurt, granola bars, beverages and fruit which was great for us, with the dog in the room. The location was close to the freeway but we didn't hear any noise from that or other guests. In room coffee was good and the dog relief area was sufficient with lots of other nearby options. All in all, I am impressed with this hotel and highly recommend it!

Everything went fairly smooth after the shower was repaired. AC was a bit loud. Were not made aware on check in that breakfast ended at 9. Overall, an OK stay. Was there to attend a meeting and it was difficult to find the meeting room and around the hotel in general.

Well managed establishment, very comfy beds. My only concern was not really a hotel management issue or responsibility. At this particular time of my stay a large number of guests were youth who are not aware of hotel etiquette for noise level.

Great amenities for the family! We went for the Triple Crown World Series Baseball tournament. Our team families were able to cook out with the BBQ right outside the pool. There was loads of fun with the pool, playing pool, ping pong, volleyball, games and more. One evening, the rain came in just as we set up to grill; Cindy was so thoughtful and gave us access to an indoor space that would accommodate us all for dinner! Clean rooms with all the extras, so close to Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, restaurants, outlet mall and Olympic Park-so cool! Highly recommend this destination and this motel. Thanks Cindy!

We stayed here for an softball event. The bed was horribe. Hotel was notified and offered to move my family to another room. The breakfast sever was also housekeeping, that was a lottle strange. She also seemed also in a hurry when serving food. We had a room on the 1st floor and there was alot of water everywhere. We used the hotel towels as rugs to absorb the water in the entry way getting in and out of our room. The room also had spider web that was noticeable not sure how housekeeping didn't see it. Overall beautiful view but there is another several hotels around would definitely be looking into those if I have to outback.

Staff is super nice and efficient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. COVID guidelines are upheld. The price was really good compared to other hotels in the area. We loved the cleanliness of the pool, sauna and hot tub.

This is a great family and Dog friendly property with great customer service. Also in a really good location across from Whole Foods. Our kids loved the video games and the indoor pool. Kyler and Kolby at the front desk were extremely helpful.

I've been staying at Landmark Inn for 10 years. In my recent visit, there was a problem in my room that could have been deferred to housekeeping , however, Cindy, the manager, promptly addressed the issue herself. She's always been amazing!

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Park City. Clean rooms, great pool area, nice outdoor area, great staffing, good location, and a very welcoming indoor lounge area. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

BW Landmark in Park City Ut never lets us down. We've stayed there several times throughout the year. Always clean, amenities always as promised. Pool area well maintained. Complimentary breakfast hot and tasty. Staff always friendly and efficient. Not all BW are the same. This one is a top notch one.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. The pool area includes a wood sauna room which we steamed ourselves in prior ti enjoying the large stone Jacuzzi and then the pool to cool off. They provide plenty of fresh towels poolside and several comfy lounge chairs. There are also billiard, ping pong & air hockey tables over to far side of same area. This is excellent for winter or summer visit as its indoor. Big windows let in natural light which is a beautiful design.

The location is perfect for athletes training at the Olympic Park. There is a great backyard with a gas grill and volleyball net. The staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating. Kyler and Melia who work at the front desk are some of the nicest people I have encountered at a hotel. Stayed at the Venetian in Las Vegas recently which is a 5 star resort and the customer service was terrible, it truly makes a difference!

After investing a full month of stays at other Best Western hotels, usually with positive experiences, I encountered Julie, who called herself the District manager, who refused to look up our confirmed three night stay in order to apply rewards points find the reservation on the phone, ,in order to make it free. She was unwilling to look up our reservation on the phone, even though I informed her about the email and name if was under. ( I simply wasn't able to read the confirmation on the phone which went in and out of wifi capability. When I told her that her unwillingness was reminiscent of BW's unwillingness, in an unrelated matter, to combine rewards points that should have been under my name solely, since my credit card paid for all of them, and therefore continued a pattern of creating needless problems for customers who wished to legitimately "cash in" on rewards, She told me that I was unwelcome in her hotel. I subsequently found out that she was able to find my confirmation number in order to cancel my legally binding reservation, without my consent. This is a failure to abide by a legal contract with no justification, and I'm informing AAA travel, as well as the BBB and any other relevant entity to seek relief. for her actions, which can only be explained by she was taking out her "bad day" on paying customers. No one should satnd for this. By the same token, I appreciate the effort of another manager at this hotel, Cindy, who made this reservation for me in the first place. Cindy should have Julie's job, but for that matter 90% of the Western world would do a better, more professional job than Julie. Avoid having to deal with Julie like the plague!!!!

My husband and I love to get away for a night or two throughout the year. Park city is our go to place in the spring and summer months. It is beautiful. We have always stayed within the city limits close to downtown, This time we came on the spur of the moment and chose the least expensive place to stay. When we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with a friendly welcome. The lobby was clean and beautiful. We were excited when we saw the pool and hot tub area where there was also a pool table, air hockey, ping pong and sauna. Then we opened the door to our room and it was so clean and decorated so elegantly. It smelled good and the feeling of the place was wonderful. We wanted to stay much longer than we had planned. This is now our favorite place to stay when visiting Park City.

We stopped here recently while on a road trip to California. It was conveniently located off I-80 and we chose the location because it was also within walking distance of outlet shopping and a Whole Foods grocery store. We arrived shortly after 3pm, so we were able to check in right away and take advantage of the location with a shopping break. We had a room on the third floor, but we were able to park up the hill, just outside our room, avoiding stairs or an elevator to move things in to our room. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which we made use of. It was a large and spacious room with a sofa seating area and coffee table. There was an additional sink just outside the bathroom, which was convenient for getting us both ready for an early start the next day. There were dispensers in the shower with some nice bath products, a little extra that I really liked. We also appreciated the Covid safe protocol they used for serving breakfast. There were servers working behind plexiglass shields. They dished out the hot food, which included eggs and potatoes, to guests, and there were other items available to pick up. We had a great stay and we will definitely return when driving cross country to California again, a trip that we make at least once a year.

I appreciated how quiet this place was. Everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed the pool which was well maintained and warm. The complimentary breakfast was great. Our only negative was a broken fan in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a perfect stay

I always try to write an area to improve to balance out my reviews but this place was just perfect. There were fluffy towels, room was very clean, spacious, tons of outlets, fast wifi, a fast clean elevator, and a superior breakfast spread.

Very convenient location near Walmart and Whole Foods and lots of restaurants and gas stations. Very pleasant lobby and helpful staff. The men who worked the food buffet were very helpful, kind and accommodating. Overall a good experience.

This hotel has is all when it comes to entertaining the entire family. It is clean, quiet and located next to plenty of restaurant's and shopping. A must stay if you are traveling and in the location.

It's hard to find a hotel that has an in-room jetted tub. It wasn't in the bathroom but was part of the hotel room which isn't my preference but the deep soaker tub with jets was amazing. It stayed warm for a long time. The lobby is lovely and cozy with seating near the big fireplace. The hot breakfast was delicious. Also offered fruit, juice, muffins and yogurt. Very impressed with the overall experience.

In the first room I was given, the inside of the fridge stunk like feet or smelly cheese. They did give me a new room right away, which was great. But then as I was walking by the old room, I heard the maintenance staff rather dismissively declaring that they didn't understand the problem, ‘cause the smell wasn't “overwhelming.” Really? Not overwhelmingly smelly is your standard? The thermostat in the new room was glitchy, and seemed to calibrate to random temperatures, regardless of how I set it. I'd find myself either sweltering or freezing. There was a light in the bathroom that kept flashing on periodically at night, making it hard to sleep. Finally, I really didn't appreciate the text I got, upon checking in, from their assistant (=bot) Akia. It asked me to scan in my driver's license, which I had already shown the real live receptionist. I guess Akia is legit, but I'm not scanning in my DL for anyone. They shouldn't be asking for it. Too many scammers out there. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The WiFi was pretty strong. But still, the whole experience was just OK.

We stayed two nights and thought it was a fine hotel. With Covid, we didn't take advantage of the pool and breakfast is a little odd but that does not take away from it being a very nice hotel and a great value for the money. Our room was clean and included both a microwave and a refrigerator We would stay again

This was the third time we have stayed here, and it met our usual expectations. Breakfast was great as always, even considering the Covid restrictions. Checking in and checking out we're a breeze. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned well. We love the pool. The pool is pretty big for the size of the hotel, and there is a very large hot tub. The pool area has ping-pong, pool, and air hockey. Other facilities are clean and comfortable. I really can't say anything negative about this place.

Located just minutes from Park City. Close to everything you would need for a ski week. Across the street from the newer part of the city and close to the older part. This is a real bargain. Very quiet area.

The breakfast staff was great but the housekeeping is non existent and pushy. They came by our room twice in the am to push u sout before check out at 11am. I would not recommend as the hotel is noisy and forget about trying to get in the hot tub as its always packed.

I've stayed here many times and I have to compliment the staff. This was a long term stay and there is nothing better than seeing friendly familiar faces. This hotel is always consistent and to expectations. Kody made sure I could work by helping with printouts and Cindy was great in setting up rooms for our team in a difficult year. Joel, Mio and Esperanza were a pleasure to interact with every morning. They were so friendly and ran the new covid adapted breakfast service perfectly. Thank you!

The room was clean. The free breakfast was good. It has an indoor pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pool table and foosball table. It would be perfect for a family vacation. It's a short drive to the ski slopes and walking distance to Walmart and fast food

Best Western is our home in Park City. My son is on the ski team so we are in PC every weekend for the whole winter season. The people at front desk (Kody or Cody and Cindy) are very courteous and quick to assist when needed. Elodia at housekeeping was very understanding and kind in making sure we have all things we need in the room.

We felt like we're home during our stay. Me and my husband along w/ My furbabies have a good tight sleep. the room is big w/ couch and very spacious, clean and cozy. Will definitely book once we go back, if not in Utah, we will still find Best Western anywhere we stay overnight.

We stopped in Park City on our cross country adventure. The hotel is clean and COVID friendly which was what we were looking for. We did not use the pool or anything else as arrived late, checked in to sleep and then left in the morning.

My family of 4 booked one of the pool access rooms and I must say it was hit with the kiddos :) These rooms are easily accessible to main lobby and have a sliding door that opens up into the indoor pool and hot tub enclosure. Breakfast was one of the better grab and go (because of COVID) They had sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, breakfast bars and yogurt. The location is great, within walking distance to Walmart, and a lot of fast food restaurants. The only downside would be because of COVID; they will not clean your room :( We're on vacation but still have to hunt down clean towels, extra toilet paper and take out the trash. HUGE downfall considering there is no break in the price (4 nights for $711)

Our family of 7 had reservations at a nearby resort but needed an extra night on the front end of our trip. Due to it being close to a holiday, the single night was a huge price jump at the resort, so we saw the family suite at BW and decided we'd stay there for the night as it was far less pricey. The room was really nice and had plenty of space for all of us. It had a total of 3 queen beds (or 2 queen and 1 king?) plus two full or queen size sofa beds. it was so well set up and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed--even a stove--and the common areas and pool/hot tub were great. In fact, we found ourselves wishing that we had stayed there the whole week. We will definitely stay there again.

My husband, 16 year old son and I stayed at the Best Western Landmark Hotel for four nights (1/21-1/25/2021). Pros - Location: great location close to ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. Deer Valley is a 15 minute drive, Park City 10, and Canyons 5-7 minute drive. The bustling Main Street is a 10 minute drive (art galleries, boutique shops, and non-chain restaurants). Also only a 30 minute ride from SLC airport, a straight shot on I-80. - Breakfast: I was impressed that even with COVID, the hotel offered a hot breakfast. Hotel staff handed out your choice of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon or sausage (dependent on the day), assorted pastry, fruit, yogurt, juice, water, and coffee. - Amenities: the hotel provided ample body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The pool, hot tub, and games (foosball, ping pong, pool table) were a nice add although we didn't take advantage because of COVID. - Price: the value of this hotel was great, especially considering we stayed during a weekend in peak ski season. Cons - Cleanliness: after unpacking we found one dirty sock between beds and another under the dust ruffle. I would have expected a clean room regardless of the time but with COVID, I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of diligence cleaning the room. - Staff: when I raised the cleaning concerned to the front desk they were very ambivalent and unhelpful advising me to speak with a manager the next day (who was more helpful). - Snow removal: it snowed 11” while we were there. The plow job was poor and only a few spots were cleared. While our SUV had no issues navigating the snow, we saw several trucks/cars get stuck in the parking lot.

Don't enforce any sort of limits on pool use during coronavirus. Though the pool and hot tub are very big, it was pretty full. Most people maskless. I have conditions that make coronavirus very dangerous for me, but they wouldn't accommodate my wish not to have to stand in a breakfast line full of maskless people. Didn't end up doing breakfast because of it. Room smelled like poop the whole time. Won't stay at best western again. I've had such bad experiences with them lately. Hilton does a much better job.

Perfect for my children and I. Lots to do in the pool area. The lobby was beautiful and very clean. Enjoyed the 24hr coffee/tea station. Location was perfect with so many options for shopping and dining near by.

Great location just off I80 and a few miles from the Park City ski resorts. Nice lodgings, large king room with seating area, in good shape. Dog friendly, with a fantastic huge off leash dog park (Run A Muk) just up the road. Negatives are thin walls, and poor Wifi Internet (we used our Verizon hotspots instead). We will definitely return when next skiing Deer Valley.

Driving back from Park City to NJ it was the only hotel still serving a hot breakfast which I appreciated. The hotel was clean and there were no issues with my stay. I would recommend. Maybe it's because of Covid , but it was a great value as well.

We live in NE Ohio and my husband flew into Salt Lake City to meet me and help be drive back to Ohio from our place in Idaho...as we got back on the freeway in Park City after getting fuel, our truck was hit by an elk. Fortunately the 4 of us are fine, but the truck had to be towed and is probably being totaled. We stayed at Best Western for 2 nights while working out details of renting a vehicle to get back to Ohio with. Jillian, who works at the front desk, went out of her way to be compassionate and found us some food because we missed the breakfast cut off and had no vehicle to go anywhere. The manager, Kody, helped us with our room rate to make this nightmare a little easier. Thank you Kody and Jillian for being bright lights in a very dark few days!

The room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable!! Convenient location to Olympic park for bob sledding and a easy drive into historic park city and deer valley resort. Whole Foods and Walmart in walking distance. Hotel gym was clean and had equipment that I liked. Pool and hot tub and sauna were enjoyed by others area looked clean. Great value here!

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary. Even though it was packed, we had a very relaxing night. The lobby is really nice with a fireplace and couches. They have a sauna and indoor pool. There is a pool table and ping pong table and some video games. Is within walking distance to some food and shopping stores.

Friendly and professional staff, exceptionally clean rooms, great pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, especially considering it was during Covid restrictions. We have stayed here 9 years in a row and have loved it every time.

The exterior was pleasant the interior warm and inviting. Staff friendly and eager to assist in any way. Room was clean homey and the bed was the most comfortable I have been on during my trip. I highly recommend that if you are in the area, you give them a try. Spa, pool all were above expectations. I would stay there again in a heart beat. I am a first responder and have worked with Covid cases and been around the cleaning process, This place gets an A for the efforts and work they do to make everyone welcome and feel safe.

We came to this hotel for a girls weekend. Overall, we're all impressed with the amenities this hotel offers. Our room was clean. The pool area, hot tub and sauna area appeared clean and was stocked with towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the breakfast. While we were grateful to have the option of a breakfast, we found the limited selection disappointing. The options included the choice of one of two jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, 1 piece of fruit an bottle of water and a granola bar or Nurtigrain bar. Coffee was available in the lobby. While I understand COVID-19 requires modification to how breakfast is delivered at hotels, I feel that more selection could be offered. Yogurt, pre-wrapped bagels, small boxes of cereal, juice, milk, ect. Would all be good options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, just be prepared to bring breakfast or plan to go out to eat.

This hotel, right off of I-80, is a beautiful architectural space, with the front lobby view open and looking down to the glamorous glassed-in room with the pool, hot tub, arcade games, and the lovely outdoor patio beyond. I called the front desk directly, and before making a reservation I wanted to have my Covid protocol questions answered with specific detail. Cody, when finding out that my husband and I are "at risk" went above and beyond in providing us with a beautiful Balcony King Room that had not been stayed in for 5 days. Not only that, but he had the room ionized and wiped down again with sanitizer before our arrival! He also beat my best internet price by 5%! The hot breakfast is quite good.

Great hotel. Workers were nice, place was clean, and it was at a great price! I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. I liked it so well that I will now start looking for Best Western Plus hotels when I travel.

We stopped at this Best Western on the way to Wyoming from Arizona. The hotel was clean and convenient (next door to a Whole Foods and right off the highway). The staff was familiar with current COVID 19 protocols and they were followed to the best of our knowledge. I'd definitely stop here again as a road trip pit-stop.

Both of my granddaughters like to spend their birthday overnite here so they can bring a couple friends and swim for hours, play the arcades and be on the internet, and get free breakfast. Their favorite Hotel!

After a day there, we noticed sniffles and breathing issues, but thought it may be allergies. Looked at the Air conditioner/heater filter on 3rd day, and it had never been cleaned. It had a quarter inch thick layer of dirty lint caked on it. Noticed then that many surfaces in the room had not been cleaned of lint either. (see photos of filter) Hotel manager Julie Jones did not have courtesy to respond to my courteous voicemail, even though I identified myself as one of their Diamond Elite members. Based on this room, one can assume that Housekeeping inspections at the hotel are non-existent in these times of COVD-19.

We checked in very late. The male front desk was great, offered us bottles of water and granular bars. However, when we checked out the next morning, the female front desk offered us nothing. She only gave me an orange for breakfast. What a joke!! So disappointing!!!

This is my 63rd TripAdvisor review and the worst I have ever given. What incompetence. My wife and I were ng 350 miles from Park City. She called and talked with day manager Kody and mentioned an $88 deal online. Kody said they had plenty of rooms, would honor the rate and no need for a reservation. When my wife went to check in Kody had gone for the day and the "counter girl" told her she would not honor the rate. She left, we discussed and she went back in to ask the "cg" to call Kody. She got snippy. I was looking at the $88 deal on my phone. I decided to go in. The "cg" implied we were lying saying "just because you say $88 rate doesn't mean I believe you. Anyone can say anything". I asked her to call Kody and she got snippy again and said no. I asked her name and she spit it out at me and then spit each letter individually...and then the worst part...she laughed at me. I lost it. I said something like "that's the worst f'ing customer service ever". She laughed again and I walked out embarrassed and fuming holding my phone showing the $88 rate...never thought to show her. We were welcomed with open arms at the Park Plaza! There are two sides to every pancake and I wanted to hear their side. I emailed Kody and his boss but never heard back from either of them. Systemic incompetency? Uncaring? Bad day? I don't know but we won't be back.

The location is five minutes away by car from the Park City cabriolet lot. The price was right. The room was tidy and clean for the most part, but a housekeeper left a latex glove on the desk on one day of our stay, which was kind of grim. Nice having a whirlpool after skiing, but it was somewhat small, and other guests made no attempt to observe the 15-minute limit for its use, meaning that there was often no room inside. Further, the hotel apparently permits guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the whirlpool, which we didn't particularly care for. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows had gone lumpy long ago. The hotel is located in a cluster of strip malls. There are nearby restaurants, but reaching them by foot requires crossing a busy six-lane road, so I would not consider the location walkable for the most part.

Room felt inviting and clean, house keeping came regularly, beds were comfy, the pool and hot tub was clean. Lots of variety for Breakfast, Hotel staff were very helpful and outgoing, they knew the best places to eat. You might even see deer as we saw deer tracks outside. Visited 12/19/19.

Hotel was very comfortable, decent breakfast buffet, guest laundry and excellent location if you have a car and aren't looking for nightlife. Get coupon for nearby ski rental from front desk. Whole foods right next door. Beer sold at front desk.

Nice decor, good hot tub and sauna. Breakfast had fresh peppers and onions in potatoes and little omelets. Beds were good. Parking was sufficient. Overall wonderful experience and would stay again at this hotel.

This hotel is wonderful! It has a lot of amenities for the entire family and it was pet friendly! We started off with a breakfast that had many different choices.There were hot and cold options. Fruits, yogurt, even warm oatmeal. We were able to play a little ping pong and fussball as well. The location is great for visiting the various ski resorts in the area - they even have shuttles. After a long day of skiing we were able to soak in the giant hot tub while my kids played in the indoor pool. The room was great and included a place for our skiis. The value of this hotel really exceeded all of my expectations.

At any other time of year this is probably a very decent value option for skiing. 15 minute car journey from Main St in Park City and good access to the ski slopes. During Sundance Film Festival I was paying $430 a night, which is frankly price gouging for this type of accommodation. First impressions: carpets are faded and generally the place feels like it needs a lick of paint. Our room had two decent beds in it, but it has no natural light and faces into the swimming pool. So if you don't close your curtains anyone in the pool can look into your room. Again the room felt like it needed a bit of an update. Service was adequate. Fine at the regular price but be prepared if your paying a lot: this is a budget hotel.

I did not have advance reservation and was grateful that the front desk clerk at midnight found me a room for 3 nights on this MLK long holiday weekend. The hotel I had a reservation was not around and I found this Best Western close by and drove up to it. The room I had was spacious with a large window. Bathroom had liquid shampoo, soap, conditioner, and body wash in containers affixed to the wall. The heating in the room was adjustable and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide range of items including bananas, oranges, and apples. Hot tub and an indoor swimming pool was a busy place after ski hours. A free shuttle bus took you to the transportation center close by from where free city buses took you to the ski fields. Within walking distance are fast food restaurants and an outlet mall. A great location, good facilities, and it was there when I needed a place!

Wonderful, friendly, always helpful. Clean, looks newly updated rooms and lobby. Hot tub and steam room clean at all times. Laundry room clean, washer and dryers clean and up to date. Will be going back again

Great hotel for the price! We loved the free breakfast, lots of options. Pool/spa area can get pretty crowded but still a really nice area. Right by the outlets and a short drive from main street! We will stay here again!

The room served it's purpose for allowing us to sleep comfortably after a late event in park city, but the amazing thing that I want to point out is the lady named "Cindy" who helped me when I called to get my room reserved. She went above and beyond with the customer service! Especially since I have never been to park city she told me many things I could do additionally to my plans, but most importantly she was very nice, and genuine to me which sold me on this hotel. Thank you Cindy!!!

This Best Western offers fantastic accommodation for much cheaper than other Park City hotels. The rooms are large, the pool and jacuzzi are great, and the reception staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to special requests. Breakfast is also at a much higher standard than in similar hotels.

We stayed over one Saturday night in January and the crowds were out of control at the hotel. All the tourists were there for skiing but we were locals there for attendance at a local concert. There was not sufficient parking at the hotel when we return late Saturday night. Sunday morning the complementary breakfast was a mob scene. The food was not adequately replenished and the facilities were not sufficient for the size of the crowd.

My kids loved the pool and I loved the hot hot tub! The free breakfast was great! The beds were comfy. Close to the outlets and about 15 mins from main st. Close to the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby

This hotel was a great getaway for my husband and I. It had lots of options to choose from to do and see. They were friendly and truly cared about our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the staff that prepared it were extremely nice. We will come again

We spent a few nights at this hotel while on a ski vacation with the family in Park City. Breakfast was of a better quality than other pricier hotels I stayed at, the sauna, heated pool and hot tub were great after a full day on the slopes in negative temperatures. The kids had fun at the video arcade and ping pong. Also being about 20 minutes of driving to the ski area is a plus.

I was on the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn Park City website and it took me to “Get a Room” booking site. I made a reservation for 2 nights with hidden service fees popped up to the tune of $208.95 which was nearly the cost of one night room. When checking out, I asked the receptionist lady at Best Western Landmark Inn about extra cost of $208.95, and with a big smile the receptionist lady was saying that you should ask to the 3rd party, which was “Get a Room” about this invisible cost, and this should not happen if you booked directly with Best Western website. This was very confusing, I booked through the Best Western website and it automatically directed to the “Get a Room” website. From this bad experiences, I will never stay at Best Western hotel chain again, and I wonder that Best Western was allowing a non legit 3rd party legally operating its scam business linked to its website.

Location is great! We drove to Park City for a few days of skiing. The nightly rate at the BW Landmark was too good of a deal to ignore. We are very happy we chose it. There are multiple restaurants, coffee shops,.... in the shopping center across the street, nice outlet mall down the street, Whole Foods Market next door. One block away is a free shuttle to the slopes and downtown. We did not use the shuttle, as there is free parking and gondola 2 miles away. Traffic was not an issue staying at this end of the City. We drove into the City one night for dinner and it is an easy 5 mile drive. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. Food was fresh and hot. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We did not take advantage of the pool or hot tub on this trip, but we will next time. Our king bed room was large, with a couch, coffee, fridge, microwave, and a place to put ski's. Hotel staff was professional and courteous.

We always get a room near the pool so it is convenient for multiple times in the pool. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon are always a treat for us. So close to fast food choices which my granddaughters look forward to. Plus the breakfast at Hotel offers so many good choices...

The hotel is in park city a 15 min free bus ride to Main Street. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi. There are arcades and table top games which is great for kids. My son loved the ping pong table and we really enjoyed our weekend.

As always, this property is among the very best offered by Best Western--new, clean, attractive, and with modern amenities. We stay here often because of those features. Only complaint is the poor design and size of the bathroom area and features. Cordiality and professionalism of desk clerk was lacking on this stay.

My husband & I have stayed here a few years ago & it was a great trip. We needed a quick get away & made our reservation for last Sat. Cindy helped me out with booking the room & was great to work with. The staff at the hotel are nice & helpful. Our room Sat night was clean & had everything we needed including a mini fridge & microwave. We had more than enough pillows & the bed was super comfortable. Our room was right off the courtyard & it was great to be able to walk right to the indoor hot tub. This is probably my favorite part! I would definitely recommend booking a room here. It's so nice to get out of the city & relax. Thank you Cindy for helping us out.

We have stayed at the Best Western Landmark Inn every fall for over 20 years. They have consistently had great service and amenities. The location is super convenient with tons of shopping and restaurants in the area. If you want to go to Park City, but not deal with the crowds (or expense) of being near the ski resorts or Main Street, this is a great option.

I have a new favorite hotel in Utah. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi worked fine in our room. The breakfast lounge area had a number of places to sit and many choices to choose from for breakfast. There was a large 4 H group visiting but still a number of places to sit even down into an area where there was an inviting fireplace. I only wished for specialty coffee but otherwise very nice!

Clean, great location, indoor pool, kid friendly, large rooms, comfy beds. Lots of shopping nearby, outlet mall and small businesses. Whole foods next door, great restaurants closeby including Mod Pizza.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Park City, UT. This was right off the freeway so it was easy to get to. We had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Found our room easily and it was nice and clean. It is just across from Walmart so we were able to grab a few essentials easily. It is also right down the street from the outlet stores, making shopping super easy. Tons of places to eat near by. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. What a fun area for families!! They also had a ping pong table, air hockey table, and pool table. The Breakfast was delicious. Hot eggs, sausage, muffins, and even pancakes. There were A LOT of people staying at the hotel for fall break, but even with the large breakfast crowd, the area was clean, food was well stocked and the line moved quickly. Next time I would have gotten up earlier to beat the rush. I will definitely stay here again! Great price!!!

This hotel has very csamlean and comfortable guest rooms. Beds were great, temperature controls worked well, bathrooms were sparkling clean. Breakfast was average. I tried the automatic pancakes and thought they were terrible. one evening I went for a dip in the pool and hot tub. The pool area had numerous used towels scattered about, and the hot tub water looked cloudy and dirty. There was some dirt on the bottom of both the pool and hot tub. I realize that I looked at these toward the end of the day, but I expect these areas to be kept cleaner, and certainly for the water to be clean and sanitary. After seeing the condition of things, I never used the pool or hot tub.

Our room was perfect! The breakfast was the best I ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return. Pet friendly. The pool was beautiful along with a hot tub. And table tennis along side a pool table. The lounge area has a water fountain, comfortable furniture also computers It has it all

Nice referral by Hampton to Best Western a few doors away was a nice gesture and turned out to be a perfect end to a very long drive. The staff was great, hotel EXTRA comfy and quiet. Coffee machine a treat with cappuccino!! Breakfast offered early and had a wealth of delicious offerings. Decor of the hotel was hip and matched the vibe of Park City perfectly. Have to say to date the bed was the comfiest yet!!

We come to Park City often for a Family Weekend and always stay at the Landmark Inn. It is located near the Olympic Park, Outlet Mall, and great dining! The Pool Side rooms are great for the families with kids as parents can sit near the room and the kids in the pool. Kody from the front desk was so great to set up more tables there by the pool for us. Cindy Galli is amazing!!! She was so helpful in getting our rooms near each other and helping us with entertainment ideas and free transportation to downtown Park City. Beautiful, clean rooms, great entertainment, Friendly, smiling staff, plenty of parking, great location....what more could you ask for??? We had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

This is one of the best BW I have stayed at. Staff was friendly the rooms were super comfortable. Dog friendly. I would definitely recommend this BW to anyone traveling with or without a pet. Nice path to walk just down the hill from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

What a great weekend! Our family, along with other families we were traveling with, stayed in the poolside rooms. Cindy Galli made it all possible for our families to have rooms close together and only steps from the pool! It was more than we could have asked for! Cindy really went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent! The room was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was so convenient, and the pool area kept the kids entertained for hours. Cindy even gave us tips about free local transportation up to Main St. in Park City, saving us $$ on parking. We really couldn't ask for more, thanks to Cindy Galli and all the wonderful staff at BW Landmark.

Fantastic! Easy to have everyone together and plenty to keep all ages happy and entertained! We had a really great time and the rooms and staff were amazing. Pool had the kids tuckered out by the time it was bedtime :)

Near the end of a long road trip...nice place to stay for the night. Value was good, breakfast, too. Beautiful surroundings, though I'm sure winter would be better (for the skiing). All in all, it may our expectations, but I doubt we will be visiting Park City anytime soon.

We stayed here on our way to Colorado from California. The room was clean, well appointed, the staff friendly---plus the room rate was VERY reasonable. What more could you ask for an overnight stay? We will be back......

Liked the beautiful lobby. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave in our room, which we were grateful for. There were 2 separate sink areas, a big screen TV, and the room was immaculate. The drawbacks: the breakfast bar was included but unfortunately there weren't safe gluten-free options. Although one of the cereals was said to be gluten-free, since it wasn't in individually wrapped servings it would have not been safe from cross contamination. That was disappointing. Overall an attractive hotel. I just wish they had individually wrapped gf cereal. With 1 change. I'd have rated it exceptional. Nice place though.

This property was beautiful! Everything was first rate and you'll really feel pampered there. It was a real surprise and GREATLY appreciated on a long road trip. If only every BW was this good. I'd be happy to stay here for long periods of time.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A?C,and WiFi worked great. the Lobby has three levels and was so comfortable and inviting i used it instead of the room to do some writing and computer work. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place

Everything at this facility was exceptional. Room was excellent and clean. Breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel or buffet. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Only problem was the placement of the luggage cart. They should be at the fron door as you come in, not store at the front desk.

Fantastic. They had gum and cookies on check in. Next day I went to front desk and they just ran out of cookies. The young man working asked what my favorite kind of cookies were. Then he baked them and brought ot my room. So many other good experiences here.

Nice smaller hotel with three floors. It has a pool, hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and air hockey ($1 for the pool table and air hockey). The rooms are clean and in excellent condition as are the building and grounds. The pool is a bit on the small size but works nicely as long as it isn't crowded. Excellent hotel for the money.

We were quite disappointed in this property, even at the $109 per night pricepoint that we snagged for 2 nights in August. In fairness, the motel was reasonably clean and comfortable, but when you get to the details, it's just not a great place to stay. For example, in the game room next to the (not so great looking and very crowded) pool, the air hockey table is missing pucks, which were presumably stolen. The machine will happily take your dollar and turn the air on, but you can't play without pucks. Similarly, the foosball table is broken, as someone has lodged ping pong balls into it and blocked the foosballs from being used. So you can feed quarters into the machine, but not actually play. The clock radio in our room was broken and appeared to not have been dusted in two decades. And despite having 3 computers with printers, all of the printers are broken in some fashion, and so we could not even print out a boarding pass without having to ask the (inattentive and indifferent) people at the front desk, who looked like they would rather be anywhere but at the Best Western. I don't blame them, because it's a pathetic, downtrodden property.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Cindy really took care of us. The room was beautiful. The location was perfect. We got to do everything we wanted to do. Our stay at the Best Western Landmark Inn is one memory we will not soon forget. An awesome experience!

Good value, but didn't like location. Stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay-- our 1st room had more amenities than the 2nd, (a 2nd sink in the tub toilet area). Breakfast was above average--pool was large & clean--nice hot tub. .

We were traveling from California to Colorado and decided to stop in Utah as our half way point. Best Western Plus is the only hotel we stay at. We travel with our pets and they're always accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is always stocked up and the area clean. Rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. Lots of parking. However if you're hauling a trailer, you'll need to park by the Denny's. It's connected to the hotel and part of the property. Thank you Best Western Plus for always providing and being available for us.

We love the Best Western Landmark Inn! A few friends and I come to Park City every year for a girls' shopping trip and we stay here every time. We love the convenient location right next to the freeway, outlets and restaurants! They have an excellent breakfast, pool/hot tub/sauna and staff. We have always been completely satisfied and will keep coming back for years to come!!

Very nice place with super clean rooms great breakfast friendly and helpful staff and great location right off the interstate. We stayed 2 nights and other than the minimal amount of parking everything else was top notch.

This hotel has a smaller swimming pool pool however outdoor volleyball, air hockey, pool table, and ping pong. Centrally located at Kimball junction. Close to eating, freeway access, and outlet mall. 10 min drive from park city main.

Very helpful staff. Great breakfast! Will always stay here when in the Salt Lake/Park City area. Open lobby with sitting areas and fireplace next to breakfast area. Didn't stay here originally because it was adjacent to a Denny's. However, it is quite elegant!

This Best Western met expectations regarding cleanliness and good condition. The beds and pillows were if much higher quality than most locations. My husband and I travel on a motorcycle and spend several nights out, typically in a different place each night. This is one of the nicest places weve stayed. In addition to a very nice room, the breakfast was very good and offered home made yogurt and a selection of fruit toppings. The pool looked nice and several restaurants within walking distance.

Park City is beautiful! We had a pool side room. The room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Pool was warm and hot tub was big. Breakfast was wonderful. Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time.

1 night stay to a beautiful place. lobby and pool area very nice. very nice hotel at a reasonable cost. breakfast had many options and all were very good. look forward to staying again. top of line service and courtesy.

We had a great stay! We love the remodeled lobby! Everything was very clean and well kept! We were impressed with how director of sales, Cindy Galli, handled a disturbance at the hotel one night of our stay. Very professional. Good breakfast. Fun game area and swimming! Close to do much! Definitely will stay again!

I haven't been a Best Western fan in the past but this place blew me away! It was so clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious! Such a nice change from most other motels—hot, fresh, with a variety of options. The price was reasonable considering its proximity to Park City. The front desk made check-in easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean lobby and rooms! Very family friendly. Lots to do in hotel- pool, games, arcade, etc. Only gave 4 stars because of noise level from the pool- if you have little ones trying to sleep, request a room away from the pool.

The room was large and clean. We particularly like having a sink in and out of the bathroom. The facility is well located for the many activities we wanted to participate in. An excellent breakfast is available from 6 to 9 A.M. We suggest you arrive for breakfast no later then 8:15, as it can get crowded. I liked best the quick and friendly service we received from the staff.

If you are just driving through Route 80 in Utah, you must stay at the hotel. Very clean, very quiet, a lot of restaurants in the area but most of all the staff are very attentive. Thank you Kody and Jacob for your great welcome to your hotel. From the get go you guys made me laugh and you knew everything in the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Park City. We will be staying there again when we are in the neighborhood. Was located so that we were close to places of interest. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The layout of the hotel was great.

This hotel was great for our family reunion because of the indoor pool and hot tub, combined with the ping pong table, plus foosball, and pool table (and we wish the air hockey had been working). And it was ideal because we were able to reserve the large conference room near the Denny's for our large family gathering spot! We used it for evening programs, daytime visiting and playing games, and two evening meals! There is plenty to do nearby - some things cost a lot (gondola, alpine slides, etc.), but walks and hikes are free, and the Olympic area is free. We had a hotel room that opened right to the pool- great for our kids! However, be aware that if you choose that, there is a chlorine smell to the room and it is somewhat humid and therefore feels warmer. We expected that, and so it was fine with us. The hot breakfast is great unless you want pancakes or waffles (no waffles, only one slow machine making small pancakes). I LOVED the toppings available (nuts, granola, berries, more) for oatmeal and yogurt. The hot foods selections (variety of eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc.) were great too! Plenty of seating for us all in the dining area and in the lobby. I also loved the “open” lobby with high ceiling of multiple levels, and the huge glass window/wall to view the pool/hot tub and games area. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This place is the place, very nice grounds, and clean rooms. The Breakfast was awesome, best I've had in a while. Almost like a resturant. The staff and service was great. The pool are was very nice. Highly Recommend if you are needing a place to stay.

We stayed here one night on our cross country road trip. We checked in around 10pm. Room was clean and breakfast was good! We were disappointed that the Dennys attached to the hotel closed at 10 pm as we were under the impression they were 24 hrs. Every restaurant around us were closed except Taco Bell and McDonalds which surprised us since it was such a populated area. We left our tablet and one of our daughter's blankets behind. By the time we realized it we were already in Colorado. I called them and they said they would look for it and call me if they found it. 1 day later they called and had found both! Grateful for theor honest employees. That deserves 5 stars!

This hotel had a great pool and spa area. On the first floor off the elevator war and arcade area. The young one had a lot of fun. We were there for 3 nights and no complaints about housekeeping and the front desk.

We have never been treated more poorly than by Geoff. His treatment of my brother (Commander US Navy Retired) was so appalling that we will never consider staying at the Best Western at Kimball Junction again. If management does not remove Geoff from any association with the public, then they deserve the loss of customers that they will surely receive.

The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. That was very nice! The lobby and breakfast area was very open and inviting with a lot of great amenities. The bed was SO comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Pool area was fun. The location was close to everything we wanted to be and visit.

We stayed here two nights with two large dogs. The staff is wonderful. Checkin smooth and friendly. Put us in a room convenient for taking dogs out. Very clean, comfortable room. They asked for a deposit ($200) bc of pets but easily and graciously released when saw room was maintained. Breakfast is WONDERFUL. Joel was one of two gentlemen who tended the breakfast and they were both great!!! Wish we didn't have to leave :))

Great location, very close to the beach. Free parking, WiFi, breakfast, pool and hit tub. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast area Setup is a little strange, as it is split into two different areas and the coffee is setup in the lobby area. Would stay here again.

We were just passing through so only stayed one night. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the location was great. Just a few minutes to Olympic Park and a few more minutes outside the downtown area.

For just an extra $10 we reserved a room off of the pool and it was worth it. It was nice to slide open the glass door and be only steps away from the jacuzzi . The room was clean and comfortable, as well as the hotel in general. The complimentary breakfast buffet was adequate and the staff were attentive and keeping the breakfast area clean. My only complaint would be that the jacuzzi water smelled pretty bad and they closed the pool area at 10 p.m., just a little too early (for adults).

I stayed at Park City, Ut in the spring, surrounded by mountains. My room was beautiful and quiet. The hotel had an indoor pool, jacuzzi, play room and gym. I got free breakfast and some of the best coffee around. All for $84.00 a night. I could not beat this deal. I could walk to many restaurants and stores. I am so happy I stayed there.

This is our “go to” hotel whenever we have business, leisure and medical appointments in Salt Lake City which require us to spend the night. The rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel room rates are very reasonable. We will continue to stay here in the future.

When we travel we always look forward to staying at Best Western because it has reasonable price, practical amenities and most of all good breakfast. Best western focuses on the comfort their guest for short or long stay-clean and comfy bed, functioning AC, functioning microwave ,refrigerator and they don't lavishly spend so much on outside and inside decorations.

We checked in, dropped our bags just inside the door & then left for our dinner reservations & concert. When we got back to the hotel at around 11:30 PM, we entered the room & turned on the light to our room & found Oreo cookie pieces all over the room floor. After looking around it appeared that the room had not been vacuumed at all. We found plastic tags & a silica gel pack on the floor. We also found the sink and cupboard were dirty & two of the towels had marks on the that were the color of rust.

We wanted a quick getaway for spring break and we found it here! We were so close to the outlet mall! We loved to be able to relax and hang out while kids swam and kids that didn't like to swim could play pool table.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate. The city has a complimentary bus line that takes you right to historic Main Street. The family/fireplace suite was a good choice for the three of us.

The hotel is nice and was clean, for the most part. The door into our bathroom was filthy. Obviously something not in the regular cleaning rotation. We just avoided touching it and mentioned at check out. The front desk person was apologetic and said they'd let the cleaning staff know. It has a Denny's attached to it so that was very convenient. It's location is good; close to the outlet mall and the Olympic training center. We stayed in a room close to the 3rd floor entrance from the parking lot and could hear the door slamming all day and night as people came in and out.

We really like this place and I've stayed at 5 other area hotels. For Kimball Junction this is the best value. They have a good breakfast , heated inside pool and Jacuzzi, a pretty poor conditioned gaming area that nevertheless my son loves and we have fun despite the condition...and the service has been great. I've stayed here 4 times now over the last 15 years and we all agreed this is the best for that area. Rooms are clean and ample space.

Always stay here a few nights on annual road trip and powder hunt from California. Been here ten years. Close to park city and deer valley plus Whole Foods and lots of takeouts. Two excellent state Liquor Wine Store stores are ten fifteen min away. Love wine , beer ,women and skiing.

Great location. The hotel is very nice, rooms were standard for BW brand. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Very easy walk to Whole Foods next door too. Popular easy to use shuttle. The 2nd floor rooms are a bit more noisy from the hallway and ice machine. If we stay there again I'll request a 3rd floor room.

Very nice facility. Well situated relative to skiing 10 minutes by car, or free Town or hotel shuttle. Free breakfast was fine by hotel standards with a Denny's right next door. Our whole party agreed that if we ski Park City next year we'll stay here again

The Best Western Landmark Inn is an excellent value and a nice place to stay. This hotel is conveniently located very near Park City [Uber/Taxi ride ranged between $7 (mid-morning) and $21 (late night) to/from Park City]. The pool and hot tub were nice and there was a gaming area near the pool. The rooms were modest, but very clean and well maintained. The entire property was very well maintained and looked nice. The breakfasts were nice with better quality and more selection than I've found in most hotels at this price range. This place is an awesome budget-minded option for taking advantage of Park City. [Although I didn't use it - there was also a shuttle that delivered hotel skiers to the mountain and to downtown Park City. However, the shuttle did not operate at all hours during the day.]]

I can't even begin to describe how fantastic our stay was here. First off, the hotel is in THE MOST convenient location. It's literally right next door to a Whole Foods and shopping complex. It's a hop, skip and away from Walmart. Denny's is part of the building. Staying here especially if you are opting to ski nearby at Park City/Canyons/Deer Valley cannot get any easier. You start the morning off with a complimentary full breakfast. Between the 4 days there, we had all sorts of eggs (scrambled, omelet, boiled), sausage, bacon, ham, fruit, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, etc. This alone takes the hassle out of the morning. There is a complimentary shuttle that takes you to/from the ski resorts at designated times. Worse case if you miss it, like we did on a few trips, there is a complimentary city bus that makes a few stops before stopping within a 5min walk of the hotel (take the lime 6 bus). Upon coming back from skiing, they have warm cookies to welcome you!!! (What a great way to end my day!) The hotel itself is so welcoming with a cozy lobby to hangout in, fantastic gaming area (foosball table, pool table, air hockey and video games) with hot tub/pool. Rooms are clean and equipped with fridge/microwave and very comfortable. Like I said, having such a close vicinity to the restaurants/shopping, meals are easily obtainable. Uber into downtown is only about $15 or so if you wanna make the trip. Airport is roughly $40-60 depending on the time of day. Also, they have guest laundry to utilize so we had the ability wash/dry clothes (allowing less packing). I have to finally add that the customer service there is top notch! Front desk was very friendly and helpful especially since we needed a quiet space and they offered to let us use the board room. Overall, 5 star everything. We will definitely be coming back!

I can't unfortunately say that this was impeccable , we arrived at the front desk and we were greeted by a young man who cannot answer any of my questions (where Downton is)????? Or how far??????? Then a lovely lady step in lucky for us.... great breakfast and especially incredible cleanliness in the room... thank you

Stayed four nights here for a ski vacation. The room was well laid out, King deluxe room, and it was nice to have a sitting area as well as a dedicated ski equipment spot in the room. Breakfast was nice, lots of choices each day and they don't try to run you off at 9 AM. The game room was a bit dated. Pool area is well-designed and kept up in the sauna and hot tub were much appreciated after skiing. Walmart is next-door and outlet shopping around the corner. Olympic park is just down the street. Park city proper is 6 miles away if you want to go out to eat. Staff was friendly, had a billing issue but it was resolved. The bed was fabulously comfy with no ruts on the mattress.

Here a the good-item-list for this Inn: 1) Location: it's right after a highway exit, about 2 mins drive to Utah Olympic Park visitor center, restaurants around are MacDonald, Dannys, WholeFood, 1 traffic light away insid a plaza there is a 'Smith' Grocery store that you can buy many fresh foods and water. Drive to both ski school at Canyon Village and Park city mountain are within 15 mins 2) Facility: the lobby is clean and big, they have in-door swimming pool, Ping-pong, Jacuzzi, Sauna room. Breakfast has hot-items, OK for the price. 3) Free shuttle bus come to this Inn regularly, so in winter heavy snow days one can still go to Ski school without driving. If must say cons I'll say room space is avg, not big, light-switch in our room is not enough; Pool side rooms could be a little bit noise when too many people in pool. But consider their price vs Value, it's worthy for stay if u don't want to dump money in luxury expensive hotels.

There is a large sunken lobby sitting area with a fireplace where you can meet and sit with friends and discuss the earlier days activity and plan the next. Check in was easy and quick. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a large breakfast area with many different options. There is a push button espresso machine near the check in desk. There is a small fitness center and large indoor pool. You can bring your ski gear into the hotel and take the free shuttle to the ski area. Our room was comfortable, clean, and a very good size for a double room. One thing I didn't figure out right away is that our room has a full length mirror that was a closet door. It was a swing open, not a slider. Their shampoo and conditioner is an upgrade from typical hotel stuff.

Rooms are what you would expect. Pool was heated and hot tub was hot! Breakfast in the morning is great and has plenty of options, love the pancake machine, very easy! Hotel close to restaurants and Walmart within walking distance. Few minutes from park city, and easy drive to Snowbasin or Snowbird.

I was fortunate to find a room here at the last minute during a busy holiday weekend. The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. The bed was great with the right amount of “cush” for me. Upscale bed linens. Pretty good buffet breakfast. The only negative was the high price (about $240 a night including taxes). The hotel was packed with skiers for the 3-day weekend, but I was there for a family funeral. Other hotels in the area were similarly priced - and vacancies were rare. I guess they all charge what they can get.

We booked this location on a whim for 2 nights to ski Park City on a road trip. The facility was in a great location, staff was friendly, there is a shuttle to take you to all the resorts and a great pool/hot tub area. If we are in the are again, we'd definitely stay here. Best value for a great hotel in town!

This hotel was clean, reasonably priced, great staff, and good location. Only negative was parking lot needed to be plowed and hot tub had way too much clorine. Had a rash for several days. Also, great transport to park city and Deer Valley.

This hotel was very clean. Really loved the clean beds, soft pillows, every thing was excellent. This hotel stands by there pet friendly policy. This included my cat, which she loved it too. The only thing wrong was with the denny's restaurant next door. The service there was terrible.

We stayed here after Park City had too much snow for us to drive back to SLC, we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is conveniently located near Park City resort, the rooms were clean, breakfast had the standard items along with a few extras. The coffee is very good for any caffeine addicts such as myself. Only disappointment was that one of the machines in the fitness room was out of order which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we booked this particular hotel. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will stay again.

We didn't have to travel far to stay at this superb hotel. Our anniversary weekend was perfect in the King Whirlpool One Bedroom Suite (they called it the honeymoon suite). The room was spacious and well appointed. The fireplace and TV were surrounded by a couch an two large chairs that all turned into beds. The dining room had seating for 5 and the kitchen had a small refrigerator and microwave. There were plates bowls glasses and silverware as well as a single cup coffee maker. There was ample storage for the snacks and treats we brought with us. The bedroom had an extremely comfortable king size bed and a large closet vanity area with a door to the shower/bath and toilet. Another vanity was located through another door out of the bath/shower room which led into the entry hallway. The entire room was set up to accommodate two groups with separate entrances into the bathroom and the whirlpool. And this review wouldn't be complete without a description of the wonderful tub. In a room off of the dining area with a separate door into the bedroom was a huge whirlpool tub. It was the largest tub we have ever seen in a hotel room. Up three tiles steps into a beautiful glass surrounded atrium with plenty of water pressure to fill quickly and timed bubbles that were powerful but not unpleasant was the nicest part of our stay. Looking up at the night sky with the lights off, or waking up with a cup of tea while watching the day begin, sitting in that heavenly tub was perfection. The staff was accommodating and pleasant and helped make our stay flawless. With amenities like an indoor pool, a giant community hot tub, billiards, table tennis, fuse ball, air hockey, video games, pinball, a nice hot breakfast buffet, we will definitely return.

The Best Western Plus in Kimball Junction, Utah continues to dazzle with exceptional service. I have stayed here for 8 years. I continue to see the same employees year after year. They are so accommodating that when I checked in at 10 pm, and their freshly baked cookies were long gone, they not only baked a small batch for me, they brought the cookies to my room. If that isn't exceptional service I don't know what is.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Nice and clean and very friendly staff. Had free shuttles to ski areas ad downtown Park City. Booked it because they had a jacuzzi and sauna, but everything was great. A hot breakfast is part of the stay and it is different every day. Amazing coffee machine in the lobby that serves espresso and coffee along with decaf of both. Saved us money on buying expensive coffees elsewhere! We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Park City!

Very welcoming staff from our arrival. The hotel has an indoor pool area, a fire place, pool table, ping pong, and ganing machines. But their most valuable asset is the people who serve breakfast, I think their names are Juana and Joel what an amazing service, they went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks and see you back.

Bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been washed in months, turned TV on and the picture went black, but you could still hear sound. Turned it off and back on and it seemed to work fine. A lot of trash behind dresser, cover of soap dispenser in bathroom fell off. Limited breakfast options, however what was available was decent. Extremely overpriced for what it is, but, this is Park City, UT in prime ski season.

We were very impressed with this Hotel. The lobby was beautiful, the staff friendly and the amenities amazing. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. It snowed each day and the driveway was scraped and maintained well.

Asked for quiet room, was given room with 2 MU systems for the Atrium directly outside the window. Sounded like a freeway running through the room. Room change and was made to feel as if I was putting the staff out of their way. Not all but just a few...sorry everyone else. 2nd room was quieter but the gap between the front door and carpet along with the connecting room doors was so large I had to lay pillows and couch cushions to drown out the noise. Left with little sleep before the sun came up. Again if you read many of my posts I rarely, I mean rarely give negative reviews. Again this was a must, think I am ending my road trip stays at any future Best Westerns. When I am burning down a lot of miles I need a convenient motel that is clean and quiet so I can hit the road again early the next morning. I am positive many of you on TA can relate Many other options to stay...pick another!

We took our grandkids to the Park City area for an outing. I was excited to come to this hotel with all the wonderful reviews. The hotel is difficult to find at nighttime, as the sign is very small and hard to see. If you get past Whole Foods you have gone too far. Checkin was easy and we were given 2 rooms. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. You can see the swimming pool and hot tub from the lobby (which could be a plus or negative depending on your viewpoint). I had just broken my foot, and we were given a room at the very end of the hotel hallway which is quite lengthy. I wished I had requested a closer room. We were given the 2 adjacent requested rooms which was wonderful, however due to the window coverings on the window, you can only open the door from one room to the other about 50%. Then it hits the window shade. I am not sure who figured out that one, but it seemed very awkward. I used the restroom in my room and discovered there was still a used bar of soap in the shower and the sink wouldn't drain. I asked the man at the front desk if he would look at it while we went out to eat. When we returned he said he was unable to fix it and moved us to another room. (I am wondering if anyone cleaned the bathroom?). In our second room for the night the toilet required flushing 5-6 times every time you used it for anything to go down. I am not referring to anything big, just a couple of pieces of toilet paper. Also, the tissue box was empty. Wondering again how housekeeping cleaned this room. As we returned to our room on Thursday there were wires hanging out of the ceiling and several rooms totally trashed. I am assuming that work was being done on the rooms, hopefully it wasn't a wild party in the room. We did not use the pool or hot tub. My husband went with the kids to use the football, air hockey etc games. They required 4 quarters which he didn't have so he gave up and came back to the room. Now for the pros-the bed was amazing, location was great-next to the outlet mall, and close to Olympic Park which was fabulous. Breakfast was plentiful with quite a wide variety. The pancake maker was my grandkids favorite. You push a button and a pancake cooks and pops out. We were given permission to stay a little over check out time which was nice. TV had a huge selection of channels with good reception. WiFi was good. On checkout I mentioned to the woman at the desk about the problems with the plumbing. She gave me 5000 points for my best western account. I don't know what that is equivalent to , but it was nice. This hotel has a lot of potential, but more care needs to be taken in the details of room maintenance. Fortunately the price of the hotel was good. Much cheaper than staying elsewhere, so that was good.

We had a large group of friends going to an event in Park City. Cindy Galli created a link for our group to use to get a special rate and even kept our rooms close together. The hot tub was so relaxing and the service was great! The bed was super comfortable and the room very clean.

This was a very nice place to stay. The price was great for Park City, the rooms were clean, quiet and had adequate room. They were updated and looked very nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. No complaints at all. Will stay here again.

Hotel was clean, very convenient location, staff were great, and they have a full breakfast spread. Wish I had brought my swim suit for the pool and hot tub. I loved sitting by the fireplace. Also, great shopping nearby.

We had a great weekend. My mother, brothers, and our families were able to stay in the rooms surrounding the pool and it was so fun. We could easily gather around and visit while kids swam, played ping pong, billiards, air hockey, and more. Relaxing and fun to spend time together in a great hotel!

Great place to spend time around the pool with family. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good and loved the pancake maker. I would recommend to all of our friends and family to visit here.

We stayed with many of my family for a little reunion of sorts. We had Pool side rooms which was Perfect for the adults to visit while keeping an eye out on the the kids having a wonderful time in the pool. We met at this BW Plus Landmark Inn for a family get together and it was awesome! The pool area is ideal for getting together because we all booked rooms that had direct access to the pool area. It was great because we were able to play games and enjoy each others company while the kids swam in the pool or played games on the ping pong table, fuse ball table, and billiards table. This location is also great because it is so close to great shopping at the outlets and shopping centers, great dining nearby, as well as plenty of local attractions! Overall great place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised to find the high quality of this Best Western. The room was spacious with two queen beds, desk, dresser, and small fridge w/ freezer. The most important things were that it was clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property is lovely with a nice pool and large hot tub, a sauna, ping pong table, foosball table, pool table and arcade games. There is a relaxing common area and warm cookies at night. The full breakfast was very good and had many options. The hotel is also close to the Tanger Outlet Mall. The only disappointment was that the bathroom didn't have a magnifying mirror.

Three of stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath suite September 21 and 22. The hotel and rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice theme to it that fits in with Park City. We utilized the shopping plaza that is five minutes from hotel. Stephanie and Jacob at the front desk went above and beyond for us and Jacob even helped with our luggage. We really enjoyed Park City and loved the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn.

Both my husband and I couldn't have been happier with our stay, both heading to our son's wedding in CA and returning back to CO. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with a good variety of choices and the dining area was well maintained. This was definitely the best deal we had on our 15 day trip and the beds are so comfortable we had 2 great nights of sleep!

The room was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. The internet was fast and reliable. The price was great for what we received! We stayed in the honeymoon suite for a few days and enjoyed our stay!

Can I give this more stars? Immaculately clean, friendly staff, pleasant surroundings all made for a lovely stay. We got the best sleep on this soft but supportive mattress with all the new and cleanly crisp bed linens. Even the bath towels were plentiful and new. Breakfast was delicious with more than the average offerings. Attendant was obsessive about keeping the area clean and well stocked. We highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located right next to the Tanger Outlets, a Walmart and shopping center as well as a few fast food restaurants. Denny's is actually attached to the hotel, if that is of interest to anyone.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were large and very clean. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast (they have a fun pancake machine.) We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great visit.

Cindy Galli went above and beyond to make this quick get away wonderful and one we will remember, the hotel was great from the room to the pool and breakfast was top notch, cindy helped with entertainment and dinner, it truly was a perfect 24 hour relaxing getaway, thank you to the entire staff but mostly Cindy Galli , this will be on our go to places to visit, but next time we will stay longer.

Hotel is well-located near the highway and a variety of restaurants nearby. The factory outlets are within walking distance. We were warmly greeted. We were on the second floor which meant crossing a bridge with stairs from the parking area which made walking with suitcases a little tricky. Room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight as was the vanity. Breakfast was average. Good stay for the money.

We drove 21 hrs straight taking our grand babies home. After dropping them off and visiting we went to find a room. Tired as can be and just wanted checked in and sleep. Couldn't have picked a better place. Check in was extremely fast. Awesome front desk staff. Did not get the guys name but he did such a great job of getting us set up in a quick manner. Room was great. Clean roomy modern just great. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good and several choices. Just all in all a great visit and awesome staff. Including the maintenance guy that held the elevator for me and my wife even tho he was going down and we were going up. Totally worth the stay and will recommend this hotel to people. Thanks everyone for a great visit.

This hotel is a great value for your money. The rooms are clean, the pool area very nice and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in a continental breakfast. I stayed far from the elevator and it was very quiet.

The location is ideal. Shopping, restaurants, highway, etc. Hotel decor & amenities much improved since the last time I was there a few years ago. The Dennys on site was fast, clean, large, good food, great service.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who wish to visit Park City while not paying a fortune for a room. The hotel has all the amenities you need if you are alone of with family and friends. The property is very well kept and the rooms are large and nicely furnished. All the amenities work. The staff is very helpful.

My 17 year old daughter and I LOVED our girls' weekend at the Best Western in Park City, Utah! Every employee at the hotel was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was amazing! This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and plan on making it a yearly tradition. We love to stay at this hotel. It is clean and convenient to shopping, eating or just going for a walk. The staff is very friendly. We have been there twice and both times were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel.

Check in was seamless, the room was quiet, even with other 4 legged guests nearby! Free breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of food, including cheese omelettes.The bed was like a cloud!

My son & I stayed here one night on a long cross-country trip to take him back to college. It was a surprisingly nice room & property for what we paid, we thought. The room was quite comfortable. We particularly liked the extra sink outside of the bathroom. I wish every hotel room had that! A dog was yapping next door for hours, but once I informed staff, the problem was taken care of. We walked to MOD Pizza for dinner; it was nearby & tasty enough. The complimentary breakfast was fine, and we stopped at Whole Food on the way to stock up on eats for the next day's drive. I'd stay here again if my travels bring me thought Park City.

This is a seriously underrated hotel. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, typically Four Seasons or better when traveling for work. Best Western offers a clean place to stay every time, it never disappoints (well, just once in Nova Scotia). Of all the BWesterns I've enjoyed over the years, this is by far my favorite and the nicest one I've experienced. Dollar for dollar, you'll be hard-pressed finding a better hotel in the US.

The beds were amazing! I thought I could sleep in them forever. The breakfast had a lot of options and variety. The hotel does look a bit out of date and one of the door knobs outside didn't work, but it was fixed w/in hours! Overall had a great time at his hotel!

We stay here every year as we pass thru Park City, UT on our way to Colorado for our family vacation. It is a great location as it is close to freeway surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Better yet, the rooms are clean and the staff is professional.

Great location adjacent to I80 but far enough for traffic sound not to be a problem. Restraurants, markets and fast food close by. Sufficient parking for cars but not trailers. very nice selection of items for breakfast. Good security, helpful staff.

What an unexpected delight. Excellent location, staff, service. Upon arrival realized it would be a great place to stay for several days. Even if simply stayed at the property. Comfortable room with with great towels (never thought I'd say that!). And then, year around, all that there is when you leave the property. For sure a location to return to.

Nice hotel in a good location but kind of confusing to get into and out of and very short on parking. Room was nice enough and we appreciated the extra vanity and sink outside of the bathroom. The bed was so-so. Breakfast was well-stocked but ended at 9:00 every day and we would have liked it a bit later on the weekends. The pool area was always very full but looked great.

Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. Very quiet on the third floor. Breakfast was good and free. Can't say much about the coffee...... Conveniently located by Whole Foods, Walmart, Starbucks and tons of other restaurants. 7 miles to the heart of Park City.

Good stay, good breakfast, real nice pool area and Lobby for relaxing, the only problem we had was the hotel was so busy on a Thursday night that we had to park quite a ways away by the Denny's. The staff was friendly the room was adequate and clean, and for the price a good place to stay. It is our third time staying there.

Loved our stay at the Best Western! Great location, right off highway 80, 4-5 miles to downtown Park City, a good amount of restaurants that are walkable, great room, very dog friendly, and good breakfast! The staff is also very friendly.

This trip was amazing! We arrived late in the evening, around 8:30 and we were greeted by a very nice young man! He was extremely polite and he got us checked into our room really quickly. The beds were very comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! Best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. It's not just a normal continental breakfast. Check out was quick and easy. Good, safe location. Next to a walmart and whole foods.

We went up there as a family group. There was plenty of room for us to hang out, swim, play games, and enjoy pizza in the lobby. The pool and grass area were huge and well taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options. They had church services on Sunday. They had snacks and other amenities there for purchase. Staff was extremely friendly. Everything in the room worked.

When we pulled into the hotel my teenagers couldn't believe that I had booked a room here. Yes I am a bit of a hotel snob, but the reviews on Trip Advisor were positive, so I decided to go for it. It looks kind of run down from the outside, and there were quite a few people (some that were kind of scary looking to a mom traveling with three kids) standing around the building smoking. There always seemed to be 5-10 people standing just outside of the building smoking or vaping. Kind of weird that they wouldn't go away from where other guests are walking in. When you walk into the building you will be happy that the outside doesn't represent the inside. We had the king fireplace suite, and it is HUGE and nice! My teens loved the hot tub sun room, the private king bedroom is perfect, and the family room has a pull out couch and two pullout oversized chairs. The pullout chairs have terrible springs in the mattresses, but the pull out couch was better. Breakfast wasn't great, but it's a free breakfast. The only thing that I really have to complain about is housekeeping. We didn't have the maids come in during our three day stay, but when we checked in there were dirty dishes in the sink from the previous guests, and the floor wasn't vacuumed very well because there were goldfish crackers and candy balls on the ground throughout the room. Great location next to a Whole Foods, Outlet mall, and restaurants!

We spent five nights at this property while hiking and sightseeing in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. The breakfast room was well stocked with plenty of options in the mornings, despite heavy turnover. The only issues we had were a lamp with no plug (someone had cut if off), which was replaced an hour after it was reported, and a bathtub that didn't drain very well. Housekeeping couldn't seem to solve that one, so we showered with water up to our ankles the whole time. Great summer rates and restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. within easy walking distance.

We had our family reunion at this location over the last few days. Everyone had a great time and agreed that this was a great location, staff, rooms, pool, gathering places...all great! Almost every family member commented on how nice this choice was for our event.

I take a three or four week tour each year of our GREAT COUNTRY seeing the sights and and attractions, not knowing how can cover in between stops, I have always been able to find a room at Best Western, making my trip more like a vacation.

They have the most comfortable beds I have slept on! Slept like a baby, which never happens! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was served from 6 am to 10am, which was perfect because we wanted to start our drive to Wyoming early! One good point about this Best Western is the allow dogs! Much appreciated for my future trips!

I was 2 hours early to check in but a room was ready and I was able to check in right away. Location to all our needs was perfect! Key cards didn't always work but front desk fixed them with no problem quite a few times. Front desk was always very friendly and helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel as they are very attentive if something needs attention in the room. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you need. Parking is very ample. They have a nice indoor pool and serve breakfast! Right next to a Wendy's, a Whole Foods, the Tangier shopping outlets but not close to downtown Main Street. It's about a six mile drive

We are here for my sons birthday...we checked in a bit ago today and I am not normally a picky person but the bathroom floor + wall, soap dispenser and light switch aren't clean, the mirror in the main room is also not clean. Also there's a big and little hole in the bathroom door. I understand I didn't pay for a luxury suite but it would be nice if it were clean with no holes and a working soap dispenser. So far I wish we had stayed somewhere else. ??

Overall, we had a nice stay at this Best Western Plus. Aside from the indoor pool, which we did not get the pleasure of experiencing personally due to time constraints, I'm not sure what the “Plus” suggests as there is really nothing particularly striking about the place. I'm not sure what a standard Best Western looks like but the rooms here have nice carpeting, nice wallpaper and nice pictures on the wall. The beds are comfy. The room size is on the small side though for a family of 3. The bathroom is also on the small side and the the counter space is extremely limited. And fortunately my husband was able to disconnect the exhaust fan in the bathroom because with the bathroom light on, it sounded like a small plane. If not for the dingy-looking shower curtain liner which contained a long hair that did not come from me or my family, I would have given the place 4 stars. It was also extremely disappointing that breakfast is over by 9:00, which seems rather early to me when you're on vacation. But there is a phenomenal grocery store next door, and plenty of other food offerings nearby so the failed opportunity to get a free breakfast wasn't that big of a deal. With all that said, I could recommend the hotel.

While the hotel and room itself was nicely maintained, well priced (120 with 2 dogs) and conveniently located, our night's stay was awful, due to the noise from the atrium area after ten pm and again at 3am. Calls to the front desk did not resolve the issue at 3 am and resulted in having to get up, get dressed and go deal with the loud drunk people personally. Not very happy this morning given our long drive ahead.

Great Best Western. Breakfast was superior to most hotel breakfast offerings. Wished it stayed open a little longer on the weekend (6-9). They started removing items at 8:57 even though the place was still packed. Otherwise everything was great, Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub area are attractive, but the smallish pool was packed with a girls soccer team. There was also an outdoor volleyball area.

I can't say enough good things about the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn! I travel a lot and very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness so needless to say I am very observant during my stay. Not only is this hotel very clean they have amazingly friendly staff. This hotel is well maintained and the breakfast is exceptional! Everything is hot and fresh and the breakfast area is kept impeccably clean. I witness hotel staff checking food temperatures in addition to consistently replenishing food and condiments. Food consisted of scrambled eggs (with or without cheese, onions, green peppers), bacon, sausage, fresh pancakes (with toppings including whip cream and fruits!), amazing coffee, yogurts, fresh fruit and fruit cups, pastries, breads/bagles, oatmeal/cereals. Hotel is pet friendly so if you don't want a pet friendly room make sure to ask for one upon check in. We were easily moved by hotel staff without any problem. Front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have a great indoor pool, hot tub and sauna plus an arcade room for the kids. We can't wait to stay again!!!

The lobby has a gorgeous sunken lounge and fireplace that just begs to be hung out in. There is a beautiful pool next to a well-appointed game room that you can see from the lobby. The gym was clean enough but we couldn't any of the 2 televisions to work. Our room was very spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Our TV wasn't getting all the channels it should have and the young front desk staff didn't do anything for us other than say “sorry about that.” That was disappointing but other than that they were very friendly and helpful. There is Denny's that is attached to the hotel through a security door that works with your room key. The Denny's is open 24-7, so that's great. Food was Denny's usual.

Bery nice and quiet, good breackfast. It was nice to see the cook checking food temps with a thermometer. The sausages were very good. Get a room in the wing by the check in desk , they are nicer i thought.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Room was very clean and the lobby was beautiful. Very comfortable. It was also a great price and dog friendly! The charge for my little dog was only $10 which is less than I've paid anywhere else. I will definitely stay here again.

It is an amazing clean, updated decor close to all ammenities and super friendly staff especially front desk Cody Martin. Makes you feel like you are staying at a Marriott or Hilton!!!!!! The bathrooms are all very clean and ALWAYS have hot water no matter how long you lounge in the shower. I would recommend Best Western Landmark Hotel to anyone i know wanting a close getaway or traveling to Park City Utah .

Truly representative of Best Western Plus; Shoulder season was a great time to stop and stay. Friendly staff at check-in. Room was immaculate, bedding was comfy and breakfast was better than expected-with 2 great staff attending to every need and keeping the tables clean and food fresh.

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and my 73rd Birthday. We checked in April 29th and checked out May 1st, 2018. The room was spacious and had plenty of plugins, as my spouse is on CPAP w/oxygen. It was very clean and decor was great. The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about hotel amenities and amenities in surrounding area. We love the location of this facility, as it gives us a center point to drive a complete circle through Jeremy Ranch to East Canyon Resort and lake area to Morgan and back to the hotel via route 84 and I-80. It is beautiful and is an area to view deer, elk, turkeys, Eagles, different species of Hawks with awesome mountain and valley scenery. This is to the North and East of Kimball Junction. We drove the area both days of our stay and also to the South to Heber City and Midway. Midway area is quite pretty and the area is filled with wildlife, Eagles, Hawks, Osprey nests along the road and the great Provo river with many access points for fly-fishing. The hotel room has a microwave/small refrigerator and there is a Whole Foods below the hotel and to the west .03 miles a Walmart, so shopping for food, snacks is not a problem. The hotel has a Denny's restaurant attached and can be accessed via the lobby floor area. Our room was three doors away to the entrance for the restaurant down one flight of stairs. It has an awesome pool area and the breakfast area is superb. It is a great location just off I-80. We travel a great deal during the summer and this facility is a great delight just an hour away from home, located in the Wasatch mountains to the east of Salt Lake City. Being gluten intolerant, the free complimentary breakfasts at hotels leave me hungry. As I can't eat their cereals or breads, I am left with a choice of unripe bananas and yogurt(ugh!). At this hotel they had scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. Bonanza! It would be extra nice if they could label the sausage as being gluten free or not.

We are there in the off season (early May), but the facilities and service were spot on. We were there for a conference that was being held on site, and the entire stay was delightful because everything was so close and convenient.

Perfect place for a weekend ski trip. I have stayed here for two weekends during Ski Season. Rooms are clean and spacious and it is just a short drive to the resorts. The one word of advice is to make sure you do not have a room that opens to the lobby. One of the times we stayed there we had one of those rooms and it was very loud and made for some long nights. Rooms on the hall ways are much better. Pool, hot tube and sauna were all clean and neatly kept and were very welcome after a day of skiing. Daily full hot breakfast was very good as well. By no means was this a gourmet meal, but it did a good job of filling us up and keeping us going while skiing.

Had the great privledge of speaking to cameron on the phone and making my reservation. My wife and i reserved the honeymoon suite before we left for our actual honeymoon. The room was fabulous. Cameron and stephanie checked us in and really made our stay feel special, We will be back! thanks for the great stay.

Just keep driving. Go to the hotel across the street. Pay the extra $20. This place is hot, old, loud in the morning and best I can tell couldn't care less for anyone who isnt staying there during the winter months

Wonderful staff, clean hotel, great breakfast! Would definitely stay here again. HOWEVER...I won't book through trip adviser again! Better to contact hotel directly and not deal with a third party. Lesson learned.

It is off season inPark City so you expect good prices. I got a great price on two queens. This is a ski area hotel so it is nice. My room has everything you want except a microwave. The furniture has space for one but the coffee make lives there now. The carpet and bathroom floors are clean. The shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers hanging on the wall. Lots of towels and pillows. Bedding is clean and the mattress firm and comfortable. It appears that pets may be allowed as I have seen and heard a couple. Hopefully this will not be a problem. I did my reservation online and it only took a minute to check in. When you turn to go to Park City off I-80, you will turn right at McDonalds then turn right again in a couple hundred feet. The Inn is on your right. There is big box shopping within walking distance of you forgot anything. It's a great place for one night or a longer stay. I saw a free shuttle so I believe you will be able to catch public transit up the hill from very near the Inn. If you need a room you will not go wrong with the Landmark Inn. Cheers

Fantastic stay! Clean...nicely updated. Friendly service...and good breakfast. The room was good size and nicely updated with a great view of the mountains...Including the panoramic views and location was convenient - easy to go to and fro. Would highly recommend.

Clean, good location. I suggest getting a room with a balcony preferably on the first floor it allows great pool and hot tub access. There are pool table(s) and a ping pong table(the provided paddles are not good) and an air hockey table.

Very nice place to stay. The lobby is very nice place to sit around and have coffee. The rooms are vary comfortable and clean. The people working were helpful and nice. My only complaint was the bed was to hard.

I had a great stay. The breakfast was wonderful. Only problem I had was for some reason my key card had to be reprogrammed, which was a little frustrating to have to walk back to the front desk after eating breakfast and going back to the room and couldn't get in.

It was a very good value. Price was a key for us and this worked out best for our needs and value. As we searched online and in some cased direct calls to the hotels we found as it was 6 months ago when we needed a place to stay this same Hotel had the best price and value for us. We stayed at the same place.

We decided to stay in this hotel before an early volleyball game to avoid having to wake up super early and drive. At 2 am we were all waken up to pounding on the doors and yelling profanities. The room across the hall was apparently full of under age drinkers and smoking marijuana. Cops were there getting the story and doing breathalyzers. All great getting it taken care of. But this carried on for over 30 min with f words and racial slurs all coming from the guests. We were grateful they were finally arrested and understand it was not the fault of the hotel but we do feel there was something they could do on a business end to make things better. When I checked out I was told “things happen” then was told to write an honest review. So here is my honest review. Disappointed things weren't handled a little different on the customer service end.

This hotel is really perplexing to review. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at, but it has many “meh” things that normally would make me not like it at all. But, I do and would return and stay again anytime. This is very much a family friendly hotel. The location is a Kimball Junction and is easy to get to. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool is the main feature. The pool is not a long as other hotel pools, but is wider than all I have seen, which gives it a big feel. The hot tub could hold a lot of people, of all ages, and was well used. The pool opened at 8 AM and closed at 10 PM. The pool room has a heavy chlorine feel and smell which burns the eyes and is not well ventilated. Within the pool area, there is ping pong (free), a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table each costing $1/game. There is also a small arcade area down the hall. Most games were $.50 or less. The pinball machine was horrible as it just made noise and very little ball action. The breakfast was great with lots of options and runs from 6-9 AM. Who wants to get up that early for breakfast?!! There are no lines before 8:15, but grew long at 8:30 AM and went down to almost the front desk. They never ran out of food and were refilling all the time. The breakfast area was super clean. Breakfast offerings are large: two different type of eggs (plain and cheese and ham), potatoes, bacon, yogurts, cereal, a variety of toast, fruit, and more. The pancake machine was broken. This is not a pancake house so the name on Trip Advisor is misleading. There is a Denny's located in the same building that you get 20% off. The hotel staff is friendly and excellent. As the pinball game ate my first $.50 they refunded me immediately. The ping pong balls and paddles were greatly abused, but when asked for more balls and paddles at the front desk, you got them right away. Stayed in the oversized room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa bed. First impression was a large inviting room. There was a distinct and strong chlorine smell and pool humidity in the room. Come to find out the door does not seal, so it was noisy and humid for our whole stay. We put a towel on the bottom opening and that helped. The closest is behind a full size mirror and there was a safe in it. The sofa sleeper as a normal one, so if you are over 150 pounds you will not like it. It sloped a bit towards the head. There were no pillows or comforter for it in the room, but after a call to the desk those arrived with a few minutes. There was a large flat screen TV. The remote does not work very well. The queen beds were Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses and were very comfortable. There were two sinks (one next to the toilet and shower and the other outside that area.) There were soap dispenser mounted to the wall and shower. The shower had also conditioner and shampoo. The AC controls were on the wall on the other side of the room. The unit itself was fairly quiet and worked very well. We needed the fan on to circulate the air and cool the room. This room overlooked the pool. 8 rooms overlooked the pool and 8 had direct walk out access to the pool. There is free WIFI that has good signal strength that we used during our whole stay. If you cannot connect, type CNN or Yahoo in the browser, after selecting the hotel WIFI, for login and password screen. We had to call the help desk. The MEHs: Bathroom shower tiles were not clean and had some dark in the grout at the bottom. The wall paper had a few bubbles; the floor tiles needed a deep clean. The toilet is much lower than a normal sit down toilet. Very odd. The breakfast hours are crazy early and closed at 9 AM! The arcade games are worn out and limited; the room was so humid and smelly from the pool/bad door and the poor circulation at the pool; the outside door did not keep the sound out of doors closing, and people walking/running and talking. Remote was horrible (worked on the 3rd try even with new batteries;) got a check out bill although the room was pre-paid. (The CC used was not mine, and the price was lower than what I was charged.) Normally, these things would be a big turnoff, but the good were so many and greatly out-weighted the bad, that we just ignored them. With all those things said, I would stay here again anytime and most likely will. It was a very fun, pleasant time.

The Best Western Landmark Inn is one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at! It is very clean, from the room, to the lobby, to the pool area, to the complimentary breakfast!! The beds are very comfy, we were very impressed with this hotel! The staff is equally as friendly! Cindy could not have been more friendly and helpful! We will defiantly be visiting again!

This is a large hotel that seems to cater to families. Our room had the tiniest bathroom-- not enough room or space to keep our toiletries or the hairdryer. There was lots of drawer space and closet space however. While our third floor room was very far from the elevator we found back stairs and exits were handy. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but the seating area was inadequate for the number of guests. We never did use the large pool or hot tub-- that area always seemed crowded. We used the guest laundry but were disappointed to find the hotel had run out of laundry detergent. Luckily Walmart is across the street! The large lobby is a nice gathering spot.

The hotel was great! Kids loved the free cookies at check in. Indoor pool was heated and amazing. Hot tub also great. They had a sauna, ping pong table, foos ball table and arcade. Breakfast was hot and amazing. Mio and Joel kept the biscuits and gravy, bacon, potatoes, pastries etc filled and beautifully presented. No reason why anyone should go hungry at this breakfast! Rooms clean and staff kind. Close to restaurants, skiing etc. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is a superb value. There was an excellent breakfast that opened very early, which is important to us. The great location and clean room was just icing on the cake. We were amazed at such a low price. We will stay here again if back this way.

I have found Best Westerns to be a mixed bag - sometimes good, sometimes not. I am pleased to say this is one of the better ones. We stayed here multiple nights. Although the property is decades old, it is well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable. Because of its location on a hillside, the third floor rooms are accessible directly from the side parking lot. This means there are not huge waits for the elevator at check-in time and for breakfast. Situated fairly near to the freeway, we were surprised how quiet the room was, even with the window cracked open. All of the staff we interacted with were well trained and eager to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. They knew the answers to every question and inquiry we made.The young man who checked us in had worked there for five years - an eternity in a resort hospitality position! This said a lot to me about the quality of the management.

You just can't beat great customer service. From the nice young man that checked us in, to everyone we dealt with during our stay, just great people. Last night 3/7/18 my 10 year old son was wondering if they could turn the light on under the pool water. Sure enough, a young lady came right down and turned it on (I wish I would have got her name). There are so many options for nice lodging in Park City, but we choose to stay here for their great staff. We also requested a “pool side” room which is FABULOUS if you have kids. Trust me. (If it's just adults in the room, I wouldn't recommend it). The free breakfast was great. I thought the beds looked way too soft but was surprised when we all slept just fine.

Low cost (with AAA discount) option to town hotels. Shuttle to and from slopes gets you there and back easily. Good sized rooms. We also got an early check in which is nice if you are flying in that day. 35 minutes to SLC.

Good staff, clean and serviceable rooms, pretty good breakfast though super crowded at times. Good location near the highway with access to Park City attractions. Good value for the area, though this area is much cheaper than Park City proper. Pretty quiet. Hot tub and pool were indoors and ok, though the dry sauna, ping pong table, pool table, etc. in the same area were all out of order. Dry sauna didn't work but was not labeled out of order for some reason.

I am sure most of the rooms at this hotel are nice, and certainly the location for skiing - right off the highway is convenient. However, avoid rooms on the first floor! The first floor is actually is the basement, and the windows rather than looking outside, overlook the indoor pool and sauna. My room smelled alternatingly of chlorine and cheap air freshener.

Had a great time at this hotel! Was very clean and comfortable and affordable! The free breakfast was also very good and had many options. I also thought it was very cool that some rooms open up to the pool. The pool is very nice and clean as well. The hotel is also not located too far from Main Street which is where I was going. I will definitely be booking again.

The staff here is probably the best we've encountered on our travels! There to assist you with anything you need while always keeping a smile on their face, they just seem genuinely happy to be there. Rooms are clean and cozy. We already have our reservations for next year, can't wait!

Friendliest front desk, staff, and team after 30 years of traveling nationwide. The maintenance man was even cordial and smiled. I was amazed. Breakfast was good too, they had eggs not just the cold cereal.

The Best Western was great. The rooms were very comfortable, swimming pool and sauna were also great. We skiied on Christmas Day which was great. Took shuttle to Park City for skiing. After one day we headed out for the parks and Moab.

I have many choices of hotels when I travel to Park City for the Sundance Film Festival, but I keep going back to the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn because of its staff. Namely because of Kody, Jacob, Taylor, Stephanie, and Bill. The housekeeping staff is also wonderful. The staff is always available to help and answer all my questions. They always have a smile on their faces and just very eager to help in any way.

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's weekend and our whole family (three generations) thought it was a great location. The hotel itself is clean, central to skiing, and close to downtown Park City. There's a Whole Foods right next door and a Denny's attached to the hotel. There's also a big shopping plaza across the street with a grocery store, several restaurants, and many other stores. Not only did we have a great time staying there, but the hotel manager (Julie) went way above and beyond for our family. On the day we checked out, our daughter lost her lovey, the one she has been taking everywhere for years. Julie kept our contact information and eventually managed to find it and send it to us. She was so sweet and thoughtful about it -- our daughter was overjoyed. Thanks so much for a great visit and for finding her lovey!

Nice place to stay. Not as expensive compare to Hotels closer to the skis resorts. You are at less than 15 minutes from most of the mountains. Lots of restaurants around. Breakfast at the hotel are good

Close to everything, comfy room and great breakfast! Indoor pool and hot tub a plus! Loved that all soap/shower amenities are in dispensers...very smart! View from room was of the roof, that could have been better, but that's just one negative. Stay was great!

I am pleased to offer another spectacular review of the Best Western Plus Landmark at Kendall Junction in Park City. Our recent visit this week was as good and better than the rest. Let me give you multiple reasons why: 1. After we arrived and signed into the internet we were offered the room at 1/2 what we had signed up for. Obviously from the time we made our reservation and our arrival there was a significant reduction in price. When brought to managements attention the lower price was honored and I thank them and praise them highly. 2. You are not that far from the slopes. It usually takes me about 20 minutes to get to Deer Valley even in bad weather and Deer Valley has free parking and shuttle service. If you like the bus station is now within walking distance and you could take the free city bus also. It is not a big deal being away from the slopes. 3. Whole Foods just moved next door to the Best Western and it is 100 feet from the front door to Whole Foods where you can get full prepared meals and anything else you might need. 4. Across the street is the main shopping center for Park City with multiple stores and places to eat as well as a movie theater. 5. The hotel has an outstanding indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room etc. Everything you could want. 6. Rooms are large comfortable and clean and most are under going renovation and updating so most will be new in the near future. So in summary great rates, great location, management and staff friendly and helpful and dedicated to making your stay wonderful. We will be back next year.

This best western is perfectly located to skiing, eating, shopping. The cleanliness was beyond expectations. Everything was comfortable and in working order. The breakfast was awesome and the Denny's restaurant in the same building was great! Walmart is just behind it. Several awesome restaurants within a block. Shopping behind and across the street. 5-7 minutes from the canyons skiing and 10 min from park city mountain skiing. Perfect in every way!!!!!!!!

Booked this property on line and while enroute to salt lake as a last minute deal. They allow pets and the charge is only $10 which is in line. Check in was smooth and the staff were/are very helpful and friendly. Floor we were on was rather quiet. Didn't try the pool area but it looked inviting. Wifi was spot on and enough outlets for the tech. There could be a few more in room just sayin. Room was clean and the beds are very comfy. Breakfast was better than expected. Checkout was a breeze. Plenty of parking and things around the area to go to and do. I'll return, good stay.

We stopped here on a road trip from CA to CO Christmas week. The king room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom sink area was a bit tight - no counter space. The staff is very friendly. There is a large heated pool and good sized spa in a room with ping pong table and other games. Denny's is attached and Whole Foods is across the parking lot.

Very clean, good internet, nice rooms. slightly pricey (it is park city) but overall a very good night stay. Very god location in Kimball junction, across the street from the outlet malls, walmart, and kimball junction shops/restaurants.

Friendly staff, fun pool area. An unclean bathroom upon arrival and a malfunctioning toilet detracted from our stay, but the convenience of the hotel and price we found made it OK. For the right price we might stay again.

Our family stayed here for our Christmas vacation and we just LOVED it! The hotel staff are outstanding, and the rooms are clean, spacious and welcoming. The hotel has a wonderful indoor heated pool and spa, as well as a lovely fireplace with comfortable seating area for visiting with friends and family. The breakfast buffet is very well-presented, and had everything you could want before heading out for a day in the snow. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel may not be much to look at on the outside but the inside is gorgeous. It has been recently remodeled and looked and smelled so clean. The staff was professional and the (heated) pool and hot tub looked awesome. There was an arcade in the basement too. Our favorite was the breakfast. They had bacon, sausage, pancakes, cheesy and regular scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, french toast, yogurt, fruit, and more. We were very pleased.

This is a wonderful hotel! Staff is efficient and friendly. Will stay here every time I am travelling through Utah and I can't wait to stay at the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn for fun. This hotel is very very clean. Cleanliness is the most important factor in my choosing a hotel.

It was definitely an exceptional stay! Everyone was so helpful. Rooms were spot on and the beds were SO comfortable. Check-in was so fast and the front desk employees were so friendly. Everything was so close too. There were so many food options around it was hard to choose, but the front desk employees recommend excellent places to go and eat. Would 100% recommend on staying!!

This Hotel is so warm and cozy! It is perfect for any type of get away! It is minutes from the ski resorts, and the heart of Park City, yet close enough to be able to hit the slopes in the day and catch a show in downtown Salt Lake in the evening. Staff is very friendly, and the rooms are kept nice and clean! The pool area is perfect for hanging out or relaxing in the hot tub after a long day enjoying what Utah has to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, for anything! Singles, to couples, to families. Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter! It's perfect for everyone year round!

I am from Salt Lake City Utah where we experience terrible inversions. Not to mention we have Mag Corp here which is a Company that pollutes the most hazardous waste in the world into the air we breath. Park City Utah has no inversions and the most wonderful air in the world!!!!!!!! Just a beautiful vacation spot.

Great staff and great Denny's restaurant next to hotel never have to leave hotel for food. Great pool and jacuzzi to relax in also Whole Foods shopping center next door and great easy to get on and off highway.

9 teenagers, 5 family members, and 1 dog. We love this hotel for it's pool, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, pool table. The multi-level lobby with many tables, chairs, couches and fire place is a perfectly cozy place to lounge, visit, play board games, and sip complimentary hot chocolate. The hot breakfast was exceptional with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, ham, bacon, hash browns, cold cereals, numerous breads, fruit, oatmeal, pancakes, granola, juices, milk, yogurt and multitude of condiments.

Closely located to Park City and the freeways. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Great Full Hot Breakfast. It' s my go to hotel when in park city

What a beautiful hotel! Had no time to look at the game room next to the front lobby but it looked like fun. I was impressed with the small details in the room. Black hand towels with "make-up" on them; shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel dispensers in the shower; second sink outside of the bathroom; outlets on both sides of the bed for phones; and the wonderful breakfast buffet that puts others to shame. Would like to return sometime.

We have stayed at this same hotel many times over the years. Very family friendly. Great suites. One sleeps 11 people, another sleep 6. Huge lo by and pool area. Very convenient for outlet ahopping and enjoying all that Park City has to offer.

The design and ambiance of this hotel is above and beyond the usual Best Western. The lobby overlooks the pool, and the hotel is on several levels, which makes it much more interesting. Very nice room, good breakfast, very clean. The front desk staff were extremely nice to us...upon checking out we were ready to drive to our next destination when a horrible storm suddenly hit. We returned to this Best Western, and the staff encouraged us to relax in the very pretty lobby, have coffee and snacks, for as long as we liked. We hung out there for about 2 hours until the storm passed. We hope to visit the Park City area in the future and will certainly stay at this Best Western Plus.

I travel a lot but cannot recall having a more enjoyable stay than I did here. The location was great (close to freeway), super clean, comfortable bed, good sized room, and any amenity you could want-indoor pool, exercise room, hot tub, valet and coin operated laundry, game room, beautiful common area, and even a picnic area and an attached restaurant (recently became a Denny's) to name a few. Wonderful hot breakfast was kept well stocked by a full time attendant. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. It was raining hard the day of my arrival so called to see if I could check in early. I was told I could but it would be about half an hour before my room was ready. While I waited in the comfortable lobby, an employee offered me a complementary beverage. When my room was ready another employee carried my luggage to my room without my asking, made sure everything was satisfactory, showed me how to operate thermostat, and even got me ice. The next morning it was still raining. Another guest had parked over the line infringing on my parking space. It would have been difficult to get in the car let alone manuever my luggage into the car in the rain. An employee offered to bring my car to me, parked it under the canopy and loaded my car for me. I left without having been out in the rain at all. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again when I am in Park City.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. It had some class, glass and a unique layout...much different than the usual modern hotel 'box' shape. Of course like most hotels in Park City...bring a fat wallet!

Best Western Landmark Inn always goes out of their way to accommodate me and my family. I would recommend staying there anytime. The staff are friendly and courteous and try to do their best in making you feel at home.

Easy check in with friendly staff, took less than 5 minutes if that long. Room was overlooking the lobby area, but very quiet. Indoor Pool was cold when I was there, but loved the hot tub and the temperature was just right. Very easy access once you get the hang of it. Beds were comfortable, although I wish BW's pillows were a bit larger. Two large ones would be better than many smaller ones. Breakfast was typical BW breakfast, and the breakfast staff was friendly. We stayed for two night, and had no complaints and would stay here again.

Stayed here several times in years past and usually a good convenient location and decent room. This stay the room had a overly scented smell so strong you could hardly stand it, hair covered pillows, comforter, and bathroom floors. Front staff gave us another room which didn't have the hair but still had the overly scented stentch which made it hard to breathe. Slept with the windows opened in 26 degree weather that night.
