« Wonderful and peaceful stay »

When traveling to Lancaster, PA we make a point to make reservations at Best Western in Paradise. Close to all events and shopping yet away from the traffic. Quiet, comfortable and one of the best kept breakfast bars anywhere !

« Good Location, Also Bad Location (?) »

I came for the weekend to PA to attend Day Out with Thomas & Dutch Wonderland. This hotel was smack dab in the middle of both and had pretty good reviews so I booked a room originally in the annex (that changed once I saw where the annex was, and took a step in the room). LOCATION Yes, this hotel is located smack dab in the middle of the 2 attractions I was there to see, but the main street the hotel is on has a ridiculous amount of traffic at all times. It took me on time almost 10 minutes for there to be enough of a clearing for me to make a left hand turn. I'd consider a hotel that is not located on Lincoln Highway next time. Also be mindful when pulling into the hotel, I almost walked into the tavern to check-in, as it was night time, signs aren't really lit really well, and the hotel is actually in the lot behind the tavern. ANNEX I was originally booked in the annex under the impression it was directly across from the main building. This was important for me as the main building is where breakfast is, the pool, and the small store to buy drinks and snacks. (If you travel with kids you know you may need to make a last minute run for chips or water) It wasn't. The annex was about a football field away, and the annex is set up more like a motel, with doors leading directly to the outdoors and a lot smaller rooms. I took a step into my annex room, walked out and booked a room for a higher rater into the main building. ROOM There were no rooms with a king bed left in the main building so I took a room with 2 queens. The room was pretty large but not as spacious, as there was a clunky square table with 2 accent chairs that were too big to actually pull out and sit on. The bathroom was very small, and the shower wasn't made for anyone over 6' tall. I am 6'2'' and the shower head was about level with my upper chest, and I had perhaps 5 inches of space above my head otherwise my head would hit the ceiling of the shower. The room was relatively clean except behind and to the sides of the nightstands looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. The biggest issue I had with the room though was the lack of soundproofing. There was what sounded like a basketball game where a team was running a full court press occurring in the room above mine. The doors between the rooms and to the hallway are not soundproof at all. You can hear clearly anything that happens in the hallway, it almost sounds like they're in the room with you. SLEEP QUALITY The hotel does this thing where they make all the pillows into small squares. If you don't know to shake out the pillows so they reform into a normal pillow, you're going to have a terrible nights sleep. The bed was pretty comfortable though and I did have a good nights sleep here (other than the brief instances of noise, from the poor soundproofing) FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST Pretty basic set up, with quality you'd expect from a free continental breakfast. Nothing to write home about. Issue is there was no non-stick spray for the waffle maker, so the morning I had breakfast, everyone spent majority of their time trying to pry the waffles off the iron. As I saw 2 employees watching everyone struggle I heard one employee go to the other "Did you spray the iron this morning?" I hope they realize spraying a waffle iron once, doesn't mean it stays non-stick for all the waffles made for the day. Just put a bottle out for everyone to use, it's not that difficult. Other minor issues I had with this hotel: - They charge $5 a night for a crib. So I assume if you don't want to spend the $5 a night, the hotel is OK with your child sleeping on the floor. - There is only 1 elevator, so there can be times when you're waiting a while. - Either people kept rolling carts in their room, or the hotel doesn't have enough, but it took me forever to locate a rolling cart to take my bags back to my car. Overall though the hotel isn't bad, it does it's job for short stays, but I wouldn't stay here for longer periods of time.

    « Always a great experience »

The hotel is always very accomodating especially for New Years party we look forward to. We always eat at the Revere Tavern and request the tables at the lounge which is intimate and has a great atmosphere and friendly service.

    « Great as always »

We stay here for every visit to the area which is anywhere from 2-3 times a year. The Revere Inn never disappoints. Clean as always, nice breakfast, many of the same faces for years. It's like home to us.

« Best Best Western Lancaster Pa. area »

One of the best Best Western's we have ever stayed in. All staff smiling and very courteous. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast area was clan and the food was most acceptable. Would recommend this location to anyone

    « Don't stay in the Annex »

We have stayed in the Annex at Best Western Revere Inn many times and have always been more than satisfied. This past weekend we were four couples, each staying in our rooms at the Annex, and we were all very disappointed. The beds were sagging, carpeting torn, bedding old and cold showers. The rooms really needed refurbishing. Sorry to say we won't be going back.

    5
« Amazingly clean and well maintained »

We have stayed here four times within the past year and a half and each time has been an extremely pleasant experience. The facilities are wonderfully kept and the beds are super comfy. The breakfast is outstanding with all the variety and the buffet is kept full at all times. It is especially nice to sit in the large lobby playing cards at night in front of the fireplace. The pool is large and very well maintained. The staff is very pleasant and very professional. We look forward to staying here each and every time!

« Nice place to stay »

We stayed here for night to see Samson at the Sight and Sound Theatre so we weren't here for long. The room was nice and spacious and clean, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff was very helpful.

    5
« Very Nice, Clean and Friendly »

Perfect place to stay when in Amish Country. Shares a parking lot with Revere Tavern and Rainbow Comedy Playhouse. See the show it is always good food and great performances. Don't forget to tip your server.

« Our stay at this hotel »

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We came with a group of friends and all enjoyed this facility very much. The location was very convenient and we were booked into rooms close together which we enjoyed.

    « Peele's adventures »

This is a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. This was our second time staying here while in Lancaster. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet.

    « Enjoyable Stay »

Stayed two nights with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter. Hotel was was great. Their room was a suite which was perfect with the little one,my room was large and comfortable. My granddaughter took advantage of the indoor pool which was very clean. Did not eat breakfast there but noticed the breakfast area seemed small and was crowded. Overall great experience will stay there again

« Good hotel for the price »

The room was clean and internet speeds were good. They provided a very good hot breakfast (eggs, waffles etc). We have stayed here many times and have been pleased with the availability of rooms and cleanliness of rooms, as well.

    5
« We never miss going here. »

We come to Amishland every harvest season and never miss having dinner here. The place is loaded with history, has good food, very reasonably priced and a small very quaint bar with a stone fireplace behind the bar. The front dining room or bar are the best places for atmosphere. They had this dessert this season than consisted of a sweet potato tart with a scoop of pumpkin coffee ice cream that was the best.

    « We'll be back! »

You cannot beat the Revere Inn Suites for the price and the amenities. We travel to Lancaster PA every year in October and this is our 3rd stay at Revere. We will be back next year...the other options just don't match up. The lobby is lovely, breakfast has many options and the hotel is clean! Thank you for your attention to details and excellence!

    « Recent stay »

My wife and I recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We have stayed there dozens of times in the past and our experience has always been very enjoyable. Thru the years we have confidently recommended this hotel to many of our friends.

« Lancaster, Pa visit ( Best Western Plus Revere) »

We recently returned from a visit to Lancaster, Penna. area. We traveled with another couple, and thoroughly enjoyed our (3) day trip. We went to shop, see the Fall foliage, sight see and to relax. While in the area, we stayed at the Best Western Plus Revere in Paradise, Penna. The hotel is centrally located to many of the great Amish restaurants, shops and attractions. The location puts the hotel off the main heavily traveled road of Rt 30, which is quite pleasant being away from noise, dust while affording a great view of the trees that surround the buildings. The rooms were clean, well stocked and had great mattresses :) The continental breakfast was good and very similar to many others we have encountered. The staff at the desk and the service personnel were all very cordial and helpful. The price was very good for all the amenities offered. We will be back to the area, and we will stay at the hotel again. The only complaint I had was the terrible wallpapering job throughout. In more that one area (including our room and the foyer) the wallpaper is peeling off the wall. This is an area that needs some attention. If not for the wallpaper issue, the hotel would rand a 9/10 out of 10! PS: Bathrooms were updated and very clean.

    5
    « Visit to Wineries »

Room and service were fantastic. Meal at on-site restaurant was also fabulous. Site was chosen due to proximity to wineries to visit the next day and rates were $60 cheaper than staying in Intercourse, PA. A great trip...

    5
    « Perfect getaway »

We enjoyed two nights with another couple. We had adjoining rooms which afforded us privacy and socializing. We had two queen beds while their king room had a sitting area for us to enjoy "Happy Hour". There are indoor and outdoor pools to refresh when not sightseeing. The hotel location is a short drive away to all attractions. Complimentary breakfast includes a waffle maker, bagels, eggs, muffins , cereal, fruit and yogurt. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    « Our stay »

Great place to stay. The front desk go out if there way to make everything great. The breakfast buffet is one of the best. We like the location. It's close to most of the attractions . It has a great indoor and outdoor pool. Excersise room is great too

    5
    « Always Amazing »

We have always tried to stay here for one night every year for numerous years now. Wonderful staff. Accomodations are fabulous and the Tavern is the best!!!! Michael, the bartender, was terrific. We can't wait for next year.

    5
    « Mini Vacation »

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable beds, and clean room. Breakfast is wonderful and very filling. Great location to the many attractions in Lancaster and surrounding areas. We have stayed at this hotel many times and will return again soon.

    3
    « Breakfast »

We have stay here many times very good hotel staff very welcoming the only downside was the breakfast not enough knives had to wait for clean ones by this time our breakfast was cold the seating area was far too small we stay in the annex but is in need of new carpeting and furniture

    4
« Relaxing and quiet stay »

This was our first visit to this Best Western Inn and we chose it because it was listed away from the busy tourist spots in the PA Dutch area. We were happy to see the room request we had placed was honored, and we were given a nice, quiet room on the back side of the hotel overlooking the grounds which was perfect after a long day's drive. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

    5
« Resort Feel without the Resort Price »

I have visited this hotel three times. It is always relaxing and a true vacation. The grounds are spacious and lovely, and the hotel is a short drive to great outlet shopping and entertainment. The breakfast at the hotel is always yummy with an inviting place to dine. I will return.

    5
« The usual Great stay »

From check in, to the room, internet access, the many amenities, the breakfast, to check out were all top notch - as usual. The location of this hotel is perfect for all the attractions in Lancaster, from downtown to the Amish countryside and the surrounding areas. I must sound like a broken record because each time I write a review of this hotel I go through the same litany of pluses. The bottom line is you are not going to get any better room, service, or amenities at this price point. Keep up the good work Best Western Plus Revere Inn & Suites.

    3
« Main building great - annex not so much »

Our room was in the annex - had to walk up hill to use lobby, breakfast area and pool. Rooms in annex are older, ours had a funny smell to it - think new carpeting or flooring is needed. Just a standard hotel room. Can;t beat the location if you want to go to the Sight and Sound theater that;s why we chose it along with it being a Best Western Plus hotel (think the main building is the Plus part, the annex not so much

    4
    « Weird pool »

It was a very comfortable room. Easily fit three grown humans. Only problem I had was the location of the pool. It's is right out in front of the building and anyone can look right in. I'm not one for people to view my alone/relaxation time.

    5
    « Excellent »

The hotel is lovely and clean in a beautiful wooded setting. Very close to The American Music Theater and Sight and Sound. Also, many restaurants within a few short miles on the same road. Indoor pool with not tub, outdoor pool, excellent restaurant and a Comedy dinner club on the grounds. I would never stay anywhere else when in the Lancaster area, I nothing negative to say about our 3 night stay.

  • 3
« Annex Building not up to Standards »

My wife and I have stayed at this location a number of times over the years. We stayed in the main building 2 years ago and found it to be very nice but were unable to book it this time and had a room in their old annex location. I gave this location a 3 because we recall the new building but would rate this building no more than a 2. Rooms, hallways, furniture, etc., are all in need of attention..

    4
    « Amish country »

As usual a great time shopping and viewing the sites, and this hotel makes life simple and easy. Brenda and Mike make life easy no matter what the question. The Revere Restaurant has never been a disappointment both in decor and food.

    5
    « Very Nice hotel »

Stayed here last year and came back to this hotel this year. Never had a problem at all at this Best Western. THe continental breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel to all.

    5
« Relaxing trip in a very nice hotel »

Wonderful experience. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Gave directions to destinations, and, made suggestions. They even allowed us to store some fresh vegetables in their refrigerator. The on site restaurant was excellent. Wonderful food, and, great friendly service at all meals.

    5
    « Nice and clean »

Have stayed here several times while in Lancaster County. This is a very nice hotel. Always clean. Very friendly, professional staff. Nice continental breakfast and good cookies in the evening. Nice place to relax after a day of site seeing or shopping!

    4
« Great hotel in quiet area of Lancaster County! »

We love this hotel because it's away from the hustle and bustle. You can also take rural roads right into the Sight and Sound Theater, avoiding traffic. Breakfast area is small, but nice selection. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained.

    5
    « Wow! »

A business trip gave me the opportunity tostadas here twice in the same week. I can say without reservation this is absolutely the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. . .maybe ever! My first night I was assigned room 114 and my second stay I was assigned room 115. These rooms are in the annex, so I can't say what the main hotel rooms are like. I carry a black light UV flashlight to inspect the rooms for true cleanliness. UV illuminates all the stuff you cannot see in visible light. Normally rooms are fairly clean under black light but fall apart when you inspect the bathrooms. Both my rooms were spotless including the bathrooms. I don't know who runs housekeeping but they and then staff deserve a raise. The rooms are amazingly clean when subjected to the flinching inspection of UV. Folks, if you want a comfortable place to stay that is clean beyond belief, this is the place. Be sure to ask for the annex rooms. The rooms away a little dated but very comfortable and clean beyond description. Pros Easy and fast check in Very friendly front desk staff Good breakfast in an open and welcoming area Coffee available 24/7 around the clock Close to many restaurants and shopping in Intercourse, Bird in Hand, etc Very comfortable recliner (at least in 114) Cons Rooms are a bit dated - at least in the annex No microwaves. There is a nice refrigerator, but I am on a somewhat restricted diet and having a microwave to heat my food would have been very nice. Anything else would just be nit picking Was my I stay here comfortable - absolutely. Will I stay here again - absolutely!

    5
    « Peaceful Slumber »

This is a great hotel. Off the road and quiet. Good breakfast, advertised as "continental" but considerably more, a great surprise. Friendly staff too. Great location for all the Amish attractions and market/bakeries. We stayed two weeks here and enjoyed every day, especially fresh baked complimentary cookies on some days. Yummy !! Rainbow Comedy Theater right outside, must do dinner show.

Very pleasant and relaxing, used handicapped room with walk in shower was great, we are both very crippled up. This was best handicapped room ever stayed in at any hotel. staff very pleasant and kind, breakfast was great.

    « Great Place »

Went for a girls weekend...staff very welcoming and friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable. Also ate at the Revere Tavern which had great food and excellent staff, especially Ken the bartender. Breakfast was very good also, better than most other hotel chains on the same level. Would definitely recommend this Best Western and will absolutely stay here when in the area again.

« Great Accomodations and Breakfast »

We stayed at the Revere Inn for a family trip in the Lancaster area. It's in a great location, on the less congested end of the Highway, and really was a relaxing stay. We booked two suite rooms next to eachother, as we were traveling with family. We had the one bedroom suite, and our relatives had the two bedroom suite with a bath and a half. They were at the end of the hall, and we had a great relaxing stay. The livingroom areas had plenty of room for the kids to enjoy, and the kitchen had a full size refrigerator, sink/counter, and microwave. The room was kept wonderfully clean each day. The breakfast was a great warm breakfast, and filled us up each morning. The attached Revere Tavern was also an enjoyable place to eat, which we enjoyed one of the evenings. Staff was super accommodating. We would definitely stay again when in the area again.

    5
    « Love this Place »

Great place to stay when visiting the area of Rt. 30 east of Lancaster city. Convenient to everything. Rooms are great and breakfast is better than many places. People here are great both staff and the clientele As a single traveler I feel very comfortable at this location.

    5
    « A top notch stay »

We booked this motel at least 1 month prior to our stay. It was an extremely hot Saturday , over 100 degrees outside when we arrived. The clerk at the desk was very welcoming and very accommodating with the sign in. We sat in the lobby drinking Gatorade before we went up to our room. There were several luggage carts right near the doorway . The halls and elevator were very clean. Our room was clean and neat with many amenities. The sitting area in our room was very pleasant and well lighted. The thermostat worked well and our temperature was well controlled. The pool area was very well maintained, clean with several tables and chairs for the guests. The breakfast was over the top. There was nothing we could have wanted that was not on the buffet. The food was always being replenished and there was not an empty serving hot tray during the serving hours. The coffee was excellent and always well stocked.. We were very pleased at our stay here. We would stay here again when in the area. Staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant.

« Surprising Find in Lancaster »

Great room, great price, great location to all of Lancaster's theaters, amish farm markets, etc. Room had a fireplace, full kitchen with a refrigerator, 2 TV's. Had complimentary breakfast and a great Restaurant, Revere Inn on same property. Everything was spotless, room was wonderful there was no smoke smell anywhere... Elevators there, too.

What a great hotel,my principal requirements for a lodging are clean and comfortable, this best western provided both in ample supply, they provide a large room ,a recliner, and a glorious bath. This was my first stay and I will definitely stay here again, Best western never disappoints and the people at the front desk were wonderful, made us feel welcome and were. Very accommodating

« Best Western Revere Inn »

Very clean and well maintained. Coulnt stay on the side of the building I wanted. Staff is always friendly. Our bed was not great comfort wise. Bar was nice, location is great, very quiet, Pools are nice as well. Changed the breakfast offerings, and it was ok.

« Great place to stay »

We have stayed here many times and each stay was a good one. Their continental breakfast is excellent. This hotel is close to everything and plenty of parking, and has everything you need right there. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Lancaster, Pa.

    « beautiful room »

The room had a large sitting room with its own tv which made my husband happy. I had my own tv in the bed area. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small for such a large room, but serviceable.

    « Very pleased »

This was our first tine staying at this hotel and we highly recommend it. It was excellent. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean, pool and hot tub very well maintained. Location was centrally located to all the sight seeing. Price was reasonable.

« BW Lancaster/Paradise. Good bldg terrible staff »

Reserved 2 nights for a weekend getaway with my wife. Good location and the hotel itself is a good value. However, the man who worked the front desk was extremely rude and judgemental. He was very offensive and made my wife cry because of his unkind comments and accusations regarding her disability and need for a service dog. The assistant manager was of now help and was also very rude and made no attempts to resolve the situation but just continued to blame me and my wife. Fortunately the general manager stepped in with reason and professionalism.

    « Best Western Paradise »

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. We were there as part of a group visiting Sight and Sound theater and used our Best Western reward points to stay an additional night for free. We found this location to be an excellent choice as it was just a short drive to all the locations we planned on visiting during our stay. The group met at Millers Smorgasbord for dinner on Friday night, which was conveniently located just up the road, (3 minute drive) from the hotel. Our visit to Sight and Sound was only a short ten minute drive from the hotel as well. The outlet stores were also very close by. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the room was quite spacious and the beds comfortable. My only complaint about the room was that the pillows were very small and uncomfortable and the TV was a little glitchy. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely make this our choice when visiting the area.

    « Best Best Western »

One of the best Best Westerns my husband and I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Everything from check in, to the room, housekeeping, décor, breakfast and the fabulous restaurant was outstanding! We will definitely be returning.

« Families Always Welcome Here! »

Our family including children and grandchildren have stayed at the Revere Inn for many years and we never consider any place else and that is according to our grandchildren. They always ask to stay here and feel like it's a second home. They really love the pools and the breakfast! We like the proximity to the sites of Lancaster.

    4
    « Nice Spot »

Stayed for an overnight family trip with my 2 daughters grounds are nice and room beds were comfortable, we were at ground level near pool which I really liked as the car was parked near our front door. I don't believe they had a kids play area like steam boat which I love. Upon arrival I was given keys to an occupied room, just a mistake and they apologized fixed it right away. Front desk staff was really nice I would return again

    5
« Has it all hotel! »

Hotel was clean, restaurant was very good, staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. Pond, gazebo and outdoor area was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

« Clean, Comfortable and Convenient »

We stayed here 2 nights, arriving the first night in the dark. It was little hard to find the office. The reception area was bright and spacious. We were warmly greeted and chatted with the front desk staff. Our room was on the second floor near the elevator. The ceilings in the room were high and it was a good size. There was room for a table for 2, a recliner, 2 full size beds with a table in between and a dresser/fridge combo without feeling crowded. Outside the bathroom was a vanity area with a bench. I was able to sit at the vanity to fix my hair. A small coffee pot was also on the vanity. The indoor pool was kind of chilly but the spa was warm and the jets soothed tired muscles after a day wandering a craft show. We didn't hear noise from the rooms beside or above us but we heard every conversation and every heavy footstep in the hallway. We took advantage of the free breakfast on only one day. I was able to fix a waffle while my friend grabbed a table for us. Then we switched places and I stayed at the table while she went to get her food. In just a few short minutes, the waffle line got so long that she decided just to toast a bagel and pick up a yogurt.

    « Old reliable »

I travel to the Amish country once a year and have stayed at this Best Western several times. Great jump off location, staff is friendly and rooms are clean. I will say the half size pillows were a bit weird and took a little getting used to and the air conditioning unit would blast on and then go off until it got almost hot in the room, then blast on again right towards the bed. The furniture in the room was rather old and tired looking (I stayed in the main building). I didn't go in the pool because there were a LOT of noisy children there and the chlorine smell was quite overwhelming. Breakfast was good and I liked the fact that coffee was available in the lobby at all hours.

    4
    « Another good visit »

We enjoy staying here when coming for a visit. The staff here is friendly and nice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast has a great variety to choose from. I only wish there were more handicapped parking spaces available.

    « Pleasant Stay »

Brought our two grandsons to BW Revere for a one night stay between Crystal Cave, Kutztown and Strasburg Railroad because of location and previous satisfied stays. Excellent breakfast, courteous staff, nice room, but tight bathroom for 4 persons (2 queen beds)..

    « Great again. »

We stayed at the BW Plus Revere Inn several times. As expected, a great stay again with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Nice location with easy access to surrounding activity sites. Rooms very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed this hotel once again. A great value with breakfast included.

    « Wonderful location »

Beautiful Hotel in a very nice location in Paradise very close to Lancaster. I've been there recently with my family we all were happy about the nice landscape around the Hotel and the room, clean and comfy. Many Restaurants nearby (even in the Hotel, the Tavern) and a Tanger Outlet at 5 minutes by car. Nice swimming pool outside and inside as well. Good breakfast. All in all a great choice to visit the Dutch Country. Choice that I would do again. No doubt.

This was a great experience. The staff was super and very professional. The room was second to none. It a great place to stay. « Great value - friendly service! »

Clean, comfortable room with a quaint restaurant and lounge onsite. Nice food selection and expertly prepared. Friendly staff from the manager on down. Will stay there any time I have business in the Lancaster area to attend to.

    « A stop alone the way »

We booked this Best Western to break up the drive from VA to NH. The surrounding area have many fully booked hotels. We found this one and booked. The location is okay, Just outside of an area of tourist attractions and antique shop; The place is average not sure what the plus is. Left before breakfast was available.

« Great Place to Stay! »

I come to the outlets once or twice a year, and I always stay here. The rooms are spotless, the customer service is great, and the continental breakfast is huge. Something for everyone. They also have an indoor pool, which my daughter loves. I highly recommend staying here!

    « Hotel Stay »

The hotel and the amenities were great but they need to move the smoking area from the front doors and they need more handicap parking. pretty good breakfast choices. But the breakfast area can be very crowded. Not evough seats for all the guests.

« Nice Pool, Good Breakfast.... worth the Price »

Every time we come to Lancaster PA, we choice the Paul Revere Best Western. You are near the outlet malls and tourist area but a little bit out of the traffic areas. We enjoy going to the Rainbow Theatre (which is behind the facility). The pool and Breakfast is a plus for the price.

    « Great Place »

A bit out of the way, yet still in the Amish country, the main reason I selected it. Other reviews area spot in. Prices are a bit less than other BW in the area and it's nice and quiet. We'll definitely be returning the next time we are in Lancaster Co, PA.

    « Lancaster Visit »

We stayed at the Best Western Revere Inn and had a great time. We are a family of 4 we got the biggest two bedroom suite they have. It's in the main house and is nice. Nothing fancy but has two beds, and jacuzzi tub and another half bathroom. A couch with a small kitchen that has fridge and microwave. For the price I think this hotel is a great option for families, Also being able to walk to the Revere Tavern for dinner is a nice option to have. I would recommend their suite for families as it's really a good value. includes breakfast too!

« We would stay there again! »

Enjoyed the indoor pool, great complementary breakfast, premises were neat and clean, quiet and safe. Staff was very pleasant and notable welcoming during breakfast time. We got two rooms next to one another with a common door in between so it was great for kids to move in and out. The bathrooms were a bit small, with the sinks for washing outside the bathroom. This is a matter of preference. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would return again.

    « Nice hotel , good location »

Had a pleasant few days here. Stayed in the annex which is just a basic motel room overlooking the car park. What makes this hotel nice is the grounds. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice, free breakfast(bit busy), free wifi(not brilliant in the annex room but fine in the main hotel). Hotel sits far enough back from the main road to be quiet. Staff all seem nice. Didn't use the adjoining restaurant but it seemed to always be busy. Would definitely stay again

« Best Hotel in Paradise! »

I visit with my family every year because my kids always want to come back and we stay here every time. This is a great hotel in a perfect location close to all area attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is excellent. The breakfast has a great selection and the waffles are the best! You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

« King Suite Private and Spacious »

I bought my 8 year old grand daughter to Lancaster for a few days. I am glad we stayed here. I travel for business and like to stay at the Best Western Plus hotels. I have never been disappointed. I also get upgraded because of my status with the rewards program. I was offered a spacious suite with a very large bath with jacuzzi and separate toilet with tub and shower. Also a fireplace, sitting area and king size bed. I liked the privacy staying in the annex, on the first floor. We had a private patio with table and chairs. A gazebo was right out our door. There is an indoor pool with a hot tub and an outdoor pool. Plenty of towels always. Service is very good. I wanted to pop corn in the microwave and couldn't get the microwave to work so Brittany came down and was thoughtful enough to bring a newly popped bag of popcorn in case she couldn't get the microwave to operate. We dined at the Historic Revere Tavern and enjoyed it very much.

    « Good choice »

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Has a lot of amenities for families. We also found the room was very quiet. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Did not have breakfast here but it looked good. Will stay again if in the area.

    « A playful place »

Went to Lancaster for Sight/Sound production of Samson., Had a most pleasant stay at Revere where the staff was most helpful and considerate. Nice little Revere Inn too,......It was truly a good experience. (Don't tell us to write so much...not nice!!!!)

    « Nice place »

Nice clean room. Free breakfast was nice but more gluten free options would be nice. Table area was a bit crowded when we first went down but emptied out after 9 Great location right off the main road. Easy access to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

« Not Called Best for Nothing! »

Affordable and well maintained. I could tell that the employees loved their job! That says it all! I was their for business and family fun. So many choices of rest in area in the heart of Paradise. My family want to stay there again and will plan a trip in the near future to do. The breakfast alone was worth the price. Hot foods, waffle maker with all the toppings, and anything you could think of. The pool inside was open until 11 pm and they said if your in there after 11 they wouldn't kick you out. Hot tub by the inside pool too. It was great!

    5
    « A true Paradise in Paradise »

This was our 3rd stay here and won't be our last. Had to change dates at last minute no problem Brittany was great. This is 1st time we stayed at annex 1st floor of 2 floors our request no problem. Rooms are neat and beds very comfortable. Had minor toilet issue fixed promptly. I checked prices at various chain hotels and even though a little more than some I used Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Truly a PARADISE in Paradise

« Nice place to stay »

Nice hotel and friendly staff; only two complaints - very noisy air conditioner in the room and in the breakfast room there were flies and the donuts and cake were not covered. This was very unhygienic. The rest of the food was covered though.

« Best Hotel in Lancaster County »

I have been staying at Revere's Best Western in the new building since they built it in 1999, and eating at the restaurant for over 28 years. This is the best place in all of Lancaster County. I was treated better there every stay from 1999 to 2016 then I was in NYC last February 2016. I highly recommend, the staff is accommodating and friendly.

    5
« Nice Hotel, Quiet Location »

Our overnight stay at this Best Western Plus was excellent! We are rewards members and chose the main building since we have stayed here a few times in the past. We were greeted by registration staff with a hearty welcome and given a member gift bag plus some coupons. The lobby is very nice, the rooms are well appointed with enough supplies for the stay and the internet connection is good too. There is also an historic restaurant and a Rainbow Comedy Theatre within a short walk of the hotel complex. The property has a large indoor pool/hot tub, weight room, small game center, laundry facility and a breakfast buffet in the main building as well as an outdoor pool at the annex building. Hotel staff are all very nice, and all seem to enjoy working at this Best Western! We will book at this property again when visiting the Lancaster area!

« Beautiful Hotel in Paradise, PA »

This was the first time that we stayed at this Best Western. The hotel is beautiful, with 2 buildings. We stayed in the main building. The continental breakfast is really good as it has more than just cereal and toast. The coffee was excellent, usually its either too strong or too weak at other places we've stayed at. There was a minor issue with the hairdryer in our room, but it was quickly resolved. The front staff had the repairman come and fix it right away. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the pillows, they are square and way too soft. It took some getting used to. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

    4
    « Very nice place »

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice breakfast and 24 hour coffee in lobby. This will be our go to place when visiting the area. Nice quiet location close to all the area attractions. Rates very reasonable with good value for your dollar.

    5
    « Another Great Stay »

Fifth year returning to this hotel staying in the main building, always a great stay. Located very convenient to many things. Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast (get there early, crowded by 8:30) pleasant staff, all at a great price. Will be back next year !

    « Very Enjoyable stay. »

Booked this hotel for a Sunday night overnight stay. Convenient to all the Lancaster County attractions and restaurants but just far enough east on Rt 30 that you're out of the main areas of noise & congestion as the day winds down. Rooms are located in two buildiings set well back from Rt 30 so road noise was not a problem. The main building houses the lobby, morning breakfast, weight room & the indoor pool while the second building is located across the spacious and well maintained grounds. This building has the outdoor pool and deck area adjacent to it. Our room, while not perfect or brand new, was clean, well appointed an comfortable and I felt we got a good value for our money The staff was friendly & helpful except for my wife's request at the desk about getting a small amount of milk for her tea that evening. She was politely told none was available even after my wife made the observation that they certainly would be using milk for cereal & such the next morning. So, if this was our only complaint....... Very simply, we would certainly look to stay here again on our next trip to Lanaster. Color us satisfied customers.

    « my stay »

Get the bad out of the way and end with the good. The worst was the dingy sheets and towels that need to be replaced. the bath mat was literally gray. On a positive note.... found the breakfast and dining area nice. The room was clean. Staff was attentive. Overall the stay was okay.

    4
    « Best Breakfast »

Breakfast is amazing! Love how there are two options for the pools (inside or outside). The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Guests in the halls can be a bit noisy, but overall great experience.

    « Good hotel »

As this is a tourist area the hotel is not a place that pushes the area on its guest. The hotel is well laid out with parking right at the door, open lobby and coffee around the clock. The rooms are clean and a place to relax and even with all the children the rooms are quiet. morning coffee and local newspapers are a treat. Breakfast is typical for BW however all items are at the correct temperature, hot is hot and cold is cold, not many hotels can top this.

    5
    « Excellent »

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and would definitely stay again.

    « Great Experience »

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past year. Its clean, quiet and the décor is very nice. The staff is excellent and breakfast is fantastic. This location is perfect whether you are going shopping or sight seeing. The pools are clean and the common areas and grounds are well kept. Will be going back again!

« We returned to a very nice, well run hotel »

This is the second time at this hotel and we are as pleased this time as were two years ago. The bedroom we stayed it looked and felt like it was built yesterday. It was roomy and spotless. The people at the front desk were very helptful. The grounds are nice and they have a very nice indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast which is included consists of eggs, make your own waffles, cereals etc etc. You don't need lunch after such a meal.It is hard to get reservations at this hotel. I guess word is out on how nice it is

    5
    « Good stay »

Excellent two bedroom suite at the same cost of a two bed room at other chains. Fireplace and Jacuzzi in room. Second bathroom was like a closet with a toilet and sink, but hey, that is my kids problem! Indoor and outdoor pool, however, like a lot of hotels they used the same plumbing so an outdoor storm results in both pools closing. Something for hotels to seriously consider in the future. Great value overall for the price.

« Scenic and cosy place »

Right in the Middle of Amish County, close to mayor attractions and the outlets. Roms were a bit old but clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast in the big Lobby had a generous Choice, also a good Selection of Information about things to do.

    5
    « Great Place »

This was my 3rd stay. Rooms are always clean and comfy. Indoor and outdoor pool. Tavern to eat is attached. They have an awesome continental breakfast area. The space needs to be bigger during high vacation times. Staff is always friendly. I choose to stay in the unattached first floor annex portion due to more privacy and location to the outdoor pool. I go at least once a year to visit the wholesale shops. I will be a repeat customer for sure

    5
    « Anniversary trip »

This hotel is very clean and the breakfast bar has a nice selection. It is a short drive to a lot of the attractions Lancaster has to offer .Just down the road from Sight & Sound Theater, 2 different Outlet shops, Dutch Wonderland, Amish and non Amish resturants.

We have been staying at this Best Western for many years and always find it a pleasure, Clean, Comfortable. Courteous staff. Wonderful restaurant on property. A very easy choice when visiting the area.

    « Wonderful Anniversary Celebration »

This place is always our first choice to stay. Everyone is so nice, the beds are very comfortable, and the hot breakfast is great. It is off the main road and very quiet for a good nights sleep. You won't be disappointed with this place, matter of fact, you will LOVE IT!

    « Paradise Best Western »

This hotel is very nice. All facilities are clean. The pools are well maintained. The staff is very polite & responsive. The restaurant is very good. Rates are fair considering all the amenities offered. The breakfast is very good, but the room is small so sometimes you have to wait for a table. The rooms are large & comfortable.

    5
    « Nice stay all around ! »

We just stayed here in the family suite on the third floor . The room was big and everyone was comfortable . There was a divider between the sleeping area and living area with sleeper sofa. The pools were clean and refreshing and free towels provided. The breakfast was plentiful and the best part was the waffle maker with toppings ! We will return.

    5
    « Great Hotel! »

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Very clean and extra large rooms. The beds were comfortable. They offered a great breakfast in the morning. The value for what you receive went above what we were expecting. It's close to shopping, restaurants and all things Amish. We would stay again when we are back in the area.

    5
« Our go-to hotel when visiting PA Dutch Country »

This is our third visit to the hotel. We love the restaurant and the rooms are comfortable. We have relatives in the area and this has become our go-to hotel when visiting. Breakfast is very good?they added new choices this year?but there are too few tables.

    « Love this place »

From the check in to check out, everything went smoothly. We asked for rooms (2) on the ground floor in the annex. We got the perfect spot. A couple in our group could not do stairs so this was the perfect spot. The rooms were great, nice and cool in hot weather. Plenty of towels at the pool. The breakfast is always crowded but with a good selection. The best thing to do with breakfast is to go later. Otherwise, great experience here again.

    5
    « Mini vacation »

We had an incredible experience. This hotel is extremely family friendly with wonderful service from the front desk to maid service. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Lancaster to stay here. Also has an incredible Comedy Club right next door.

    5
    « Terrific »

The staff was wonderful. Room was spacious. The air conditioning was quiet (yeah!) The bathroom looked like new. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. Plenty of seats. There is also a hot tub (my fav). The breakfast was terrific, so much to select from.

    « LOVE this hotel! »

This hotel has it all...indoor and outdoor pools; fabulous breakfast; warm and inviting atmospher; huge rooms and the kindest staff! This was our second time at the hotel and we came with a group of 17 people. The staff took such good care of us....they made each and every one of us comfortable and happy!

    5
    « Perfect »

The hotel met my full expectations for irs class and type, and even more after reading the reviews here. The hotel is located at the heart of Amish country. It has very nice green fields surrouding it which kind of upgrade the feeling to a hotel embeded in nature. The rooms are clean and spacious and they are maintained in high quality. There are two small pools, indoor and outdoor, which are just perfect for R&R at the end of the day. The free breakfast was great as well, more than the average for similar on road hotels and motel. Would come back again if in the area.

    5
« Wonderful convient hotel next to Playhouse »

We booked this hotel because it was located adjacent to the Rainbow Comedy Club. We enjoyed our room which had 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. This was a large room (actually more room than we needed). This was the only type of room left because we booked it last minute. I feel it was over-priced ($188/night). It was a great room with 2 TVs and a nice makeup mirror outside of the bathroom. I wouldn't normally spend that much but we wanted a room next to the playhouse so we booked it. They have a nice indoor pool. The is another smaller hotel that I believe is part of the Best Western on the same property which has an outdoor pool. Our room was clean but the carpets in the hallway were pretty badly stained. The breakfast was good (included in price) and coffee and tea are available 24 hours. The staff was not real friendly. They weren't rude but they didn't seem to want to say hello or smile.I would stay here again if I visited the Comedy Club but I would hope to not spend so much next time.

    « Great hotel »

We just arrived home today from a 1 week stay. The hotel was great! The front desk clerks were all terrific! It was nice arriving nightly to ice cold lemonade and fresh cookies. The only complaint is the breakfast area. There was a nice variety of food, however bacon would be nice instead of those horrible sausage patties! There needs to be more seating in the breakfast area- perhaps utilizing one of your conference rooms, especially during your busy season.

    4
    « Restful, convenient »

Located near Dutch Wonderland and a variety of small towns in the Amish Country area, this hotel is perfectly located. The small pool with abundant towels was refreshing and highly suggested if you are staying during a hot, summer period.

    4
« Nice hotel close to everything »

Very nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. A better than average continental breakfast and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Situated fairly close to pretty much everything and most important...it's Best Western and there is a reason I became a rewards member years ago....I think they are the best. Reasonable prices. Have no fear about staying here.

    5
    « Excellent Hotel »

The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Each staff member was kind and helpful. The breakfast area is the best one of any other Best Western's we have stayed in. The hotel was full. There were not enough place to sit a breakfast, but, that was not a problem.

    4
« Nice place, noisy housekeepers »

This place is very nice and very clean. The free breakfast was ok and the 24/7 coffee and tea are great. We had a very nice room with a chair, sofa, table, king size bed and 2 TV's. The location is awesome if you really want to experience Lancaster county. Unfortunately the housekeepers who arrive in the morning are very loud with no concern for the guests. We did discuss this with the front desk but you can tell by this review, it got us nowhere. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again but I would ask to be in a room not near the housekeeping staff room

    4
« Nice place, great location »

Great location close to shops, Strasburg Railroad and numerous other attractions. From the moment we walked in until the time we checked out we always felt welcome, coffee, lemonade, water and cookies available upon arrival and the two gentlemen behind the counter were helpful and made check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and offered everything we needed. For the most part the room was clean, we found a few left over malt balls and paper clips next to the reclining chair in our room, but other than that, the room was clean and smelled clean. The hotel offers two (2) pools, one indoor (open until 11PM) and the outdoor pool (open until 9PM) we choose the indoor pool since it was just easier and less crowded, clean pool with hot tub detached. We would stay here again.

    5
    « Last minute getaway! »

As a BW member we try to stay at a BW hotel when we are away and in the Lancaster area there are a few to choose from. All are well maintained and comfortable. Each one offers something special and unique. This was a last minute getaway and as you would expect most everyone was booked. We shortened our stay and one room showed up at BW Revere Inn & Suites. We have stayed here several times during our Anniversary month. It's just above Revere restaurant and right beside Rainbow Comedy Theater. Each one is just a short walk from the hotel. You can just park your car and have a great time without driving all over. Even though we booked a room in the Annex away from the main building it has an outside pool just in front of it. In the morning a great included breakfast is served in the main building. There is also an inside pool in the main building which makes it great in winter. Watching the snow fall while in the pool is a great experience. But this is what makes being a BW member great at this hotel. When I arrived a complimentary snacks and automatic upgrade to a room inside the main hotel with easy access to the breakfast area and at night warm cookies for a special treat. Hot coffee, tea and cold lemonade always in the lobby. A great hotel for a base stay in Lancaster or for a private getaway. Thanks again!

    « Best Western Paradise »

We have stayed at the Best Western Paradise at least 5 times per year. The quality of the service has always been over the top and the room/lobby are always clean and comfortable. It is close to the attractions of Lancaster.

    « Why Spend More? »

We stayed in the Annex Building (sounds horrible, right?) But it could not have been better. The "Annex" is the original hotel. It's right next to the Revere Inn (beautiful old building from the 1700's that's really nice for dinner or drinks) and also adjoins the hotel's outdoor swimming pool (well maintained and beautiful). But best of all, it's considerable cheaper than the new hotel building. Like 30% less! And the "Annex" even has a deck, so you can sit outside and relax. I'll go back to the Annex any time!

    5
« Great place to stay »

We come here often and for the most part we are always happy. They have improved the breakfast selection over the times we have come here. The waffles now have a topping station. The only ting missing is whipped cream. In the past they had egg sandwiches. Did not notice them this time but they do offer scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs. I thought the gas were good but my daughter didn't like them. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. Overall we love coming here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Will be back again!

    « Great location! »

Wife and I used Best Western Revere Inn as our hub for recent vacation. Location was great for our trips to Gettysburg, Hershey, Philadelphia and of course the Amish countryside. Pool was clean and very refreshing after a long days of sightseeing. Great breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Stayed here in the past & we decided to come back. The staff offered us some great suggeswtions of places to see. Great staff, clean pools, clean room & a yummy breakfast. Close to everything. There is an indoor & outdoor pool. Met lots of people while sitting around the pool in the evening. Even met some people from out old neighborhood.

    « Clean and Efficient »

Last minute trip for birthday shopping with daughter at Killer Hats for cowboy boots! We got an excellent rate for a one night stay - our room was in the annex building. The room was spotless and temperature perfect upon arrival. The outdoor pool area was perfect - clean and adequately supplied with towels. Recommending this hotel to friends and family - so felt I needed to add review for others as well!!

we have stayed in this hotel several times. we usually stay in the 1790 house which is located on rte 30. the trucks are noisy but the atmosphere is pleasant. Compared to other hotels their prices are below average. They changed some of the breakfast items for the better. overall a great stay all the time.

« Love the Rainbow Comedy Theater »

We stay here because it is walking distance to the Rainbow Comedy Theater which we love. Probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. We requested a king room, and when none were available were given a double queen. The hotel had a cancellation and moved us to the requested king room. They are very accommodating!

« Great stay for the price »

This is a very nice hotel. Everything was well maintained. The staff are attentive and really seem to care about your comfort. Their dining suggestions were spot on. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Lancaster, PA area.

« Location to Amish was good »

I was a bit surprised that this was a Best Western Plus. There was nothing Plus about this hotel, however paid the usual Plus price. The service was good, food good, the room was clean, the location was very good. It was easy to get to many of the sites we wanted to see in the Amish countryside, in Lancaster County, PA. Breakfast was crowded without enough seating for the rush of people. Set layout of the breakfast foods added to the chaos, but the food was good and plentiful. The coffee bar was open around the clock and cookies were out for a short period of time. Overall a good stay.

    « Not a favorite »

We booked this hotel for 5 nights. The appearance of the hotel is beautiful. The room is nice with high ceilings. We were on the first floor. The room was quite damp and the air conditioning did not seem to make a difference. We requested to be moved to a higher floor. We were moved to the second floor. The air quality was a bit better but still quite damp. The staff seems tired of working with people on vacation. They were not overly welcoming or concerned with how we were enjoying our stay. Our family ended up catching a flu/cold bug and we had to leave early. The staff didn't seem to really care that this was our situation. Ho hum...just another day at the desk. We also booked this hotel through Expedia...so I'm not sure if this affects how we're looked upon as guests. The breakfast buffet was good. The area is crowded...I'm sure this would be set up differently if the hotel renovates in the future. The hotel was clean. The male staff member working the breakfast buffet area was very friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. Overall I was disappointed with this stay at Best Western Plus.

    5
« Great Hotel for a Family Stay »

This is hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is what you would expect for a free breakfast...nothing special but good. The pools are very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is that there isn't enough luggage carts. We were traveling with an infant and a 4 year old that come with a lot of stuff!

    5
« This hotel is one of our top choices when visiting the Lancaster area. »

The hotel is clean, has a great variety of free breakfast options. Has an indoor/outdoor pool and is centrally located in the Lancaster area. The Rainbow Dinner Theater is right next door which is convenient if you go and see a show. Guest services is friendly and efficient. We look forward to visiting here several times a year.

Located near all attractions but without the traffic or congestion. Nice indoor/outdoor pools, good free breakfast and friendly staff. The Paul Revere Tavern is a must for cocktails and their Prime Rib steak.

« Best Western Revere Inn »

We have been to this Best Western many times. We keep going back because we like the location and are very happy with the hotel. The rooms, the suites, the Revere Tavern, all add to the experience. We enjoy the area. We love to ride around and survey the farmland. We also love to look in the woodworking shops - the furniture is well made and very beautiful.

« THE BEST- WESTERN, EASTERN, SOUTHERN, NORTHERN. »

This Best Western Hotel is the best hotel in all of Pennsylvania as well as most other states. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and the lobby area as well as the grounds are clean and attractive..

    « Wonderful stay. »

We booked a 2 bedroom suite. This room had a kitchenettes, a full living room with a gas fireplace, a half-bath in the living room, a full bath and including a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Everything was perfect, nice and clean, the only thing that I would change would be the carpeting it was getting old . The grounds, the lobby and the pools were well kept

    « Great price - nice hotel »

The price was good with the AARP discount - beautiful setting, no traffic noise. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfortable. The mattresses were a bit soft for my taste, but not horribly unsupportive. The free breakfast had many choices, however the powdered eggs, and microwavable sausage left much to be desired. Thankfully they did have yogurt, and a selection of muffins/donuts. Overall a very nice hotel, and we would stay again.

    5
    « Great hotel »

We have stayed at the Revere several times. It is our preferred hotel. It hits all the marks for quality. Service is great as well. Our last stay, our room was upgraded to an inside room for no extra charge. It is quiet, clean and well staffed. The clerks are knowledgable, courteous and helpful. The pool is large and clean, with extra towels. Their breakfast is excellent.

« Great place to stay with one suggestion »

Hotel is very clean, great location for Lancaster attractions, revere tavern is very good. Breakfast is ample and organized. Have stayed here before and would suggest that new bedding is very much needed. The sheets and quilts are very old and dingy.

« Best Western Plus Revere Inn Suites, Paradise, »

first time using a triptik. but it did not include the return trip to home. we missed a few turns as not sure which road we needed, as some of the signs were blocked by trucks, or by branches hanging over the road. Also triptik did not include where tolls were.

« best place to say in Paradise »

i love this hotel have stayed here 4 times in the past 3 years . The indoor pool is excellent .. and they have an outdoor pool too.breakfast is very good too. I feel this is the best place to stay it is so close to all the attractions in Lancaster pa.

« NICE HOTEL COMPETITIVE PRICE »

Have stayed in Lancaster area many times. Great hotel for the price range. Will use again in the future. Great for families, and or couples. Continental breakfast is real good too. Indoor and Outdoor pools and located within easy reach of all Lancaster has to offer.

    « Back again »

I've reviewed this hotel many times because we stay here every time we visit Pennsylvania between 3 and 4 times a year. It has become difficult to get a reservation on weekends and so we try to travel during the week. Weekends in Lancaster County is extremely busy. We love the king suite in the main building but we also enjoy the annex because on a warm night there are chairs on the balcony. The Reverse Tavern is an excellent restaurant so if you're staying at the Best Western, be sure and eat dinner at the Tavern, you won't regret it.

    5
    « Nice Hotel »

This hotel is very nice. We stayed in the brick annex building. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Plenty of nice, fluffy towels. Refrigerator in room. There was a party going on outside and I was afraid we would have trouble sleeping but the brick kept most of the sound out. It is also in walking distance to Historic Revere Tavern which is a must eat at place!

    « Totally AWESOME »

My stay at Revere Inn & Suites, Paradise, PA was totally AWESOME. The location was perfect, the resort was beautiful and immaculately clean with beautifully manicured grounds landscapped with colorful, blooming flowers. The outdoor pool was totally AWESOME and provided pool towels which was an added bonus and very well appreciated. The staff was extremely helpful and very courteous...truly made you feel very welcome. The room was great but the bathroom was a little small but functional and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone--a really relaxing, comfortable facility staffed with very professional and helpful staff...Totally AWESOME!

    « A Great Choice »

This hotel is clean, bright and pleasant. It is well located; easy to get to, nearby many attractions and restaurants. Very reasonably priced. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast tasty- with many choices, the indoor and outdoor pools are well kept. The staff is always polite and helpful. We will be back again and again. Always a great experience!

This place is amazing when you come into the Lobby the rooms are clean and all up-to-date and beautiful their breakfast in the morning is just as good as if we went to a restaurant and ordered breakfast the amenities are unbelievable we would stay a million times at this one

    « Couldn't Fault Anything »

We visited this hotel for three nights in June 2016. We found it to be clean and comfortable. We stayed in the main building in a large room at the back of the building which was very quiet and relaxing. We liked the USB chargers in the wall sockets - they were very useful for charging ipads and iphones. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Didn't manage to make use of the pool as we were so busy sightseeing the local attractionsl

« It really is paradise in Paradise! »

In the heart of Amish country (Lancaster Pa) there's a very nice Best Western Hotel. A beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, very pleasant and efficient staff and a reasonable price. There is so much to see and do in this area, it's fun for families and couples. Visit the Speedwell Forge Wolf Santuary in nearby Lititz or shop to your heart and wallets content. You can't go wrong.

    4
« Up dated room for Breakfast needed »

I would this Hotel very good for its location and service. The only fault I saw was the too small area for the free Breakfast. The hotel was very close to the Amish area and there. The Revere Inn was very good and no problem to walk too.

    5
    « Excellent Choice »

Been coming here for the past 3-4 years. Will plan to stay again in the future as the service is superb, friendly check-in, nice pools, clean fitness center, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great location too.

    « Over night get a way. »

Our total stay was very good. Food at breakfast was fresh and very good. Lots to choose from. The pool was clean and well taken of. This is not our first stay and it won't be our last. Could use new mattresses.

    5
    « Good value »

Clean hotel. Good location. Breakfast food better than some, but not restaurant quality. 24 hour coffee/tea in lobby. Several workout machines available. No pets/no smoking-great for people with allergies!

    « A great value. »

Hotel is clean, friendly and close to Lancaster activities. Nice couch and chairs to make evenings relaxing and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable too. Breakfast selection is good and the are is kept clean. Inside and outside poools are available.

    « Great staff - nice breakfast! »

We love this hotel! It's close to the Rockvale Square outlets and Sight & Sound. The breakfast is lovely with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, sweets and more. Plan to eat early to avoid the crowds :) Babara at the front desk and Kathy at the Revere Inn are both so friendly and accommodating. Our rooms are always clean and fresh even though the hotel is older. This is a great location for the budget consciece traveler! No frills - just clean, friendly and good eats!

    4
    « A Quick Getaway - An Enjoyable Location »

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Although it is located on a busy thoroughfare, it is back from the road, so there is no street noise. Grounds are well kept, as is the parking lot. Accomodations are not thrilling, but are clean, comfortable, quiet, and more than sufficient. Bathrooms are clean and plenty of towels are given. Bed is comfortable with several pillows and ample lighting. Pool and hot tub are in good shape and working order.

    4
« Nice indoor & outdoor pools & whirlpool - close to outlet mall »

Nice hotel - our room was separate from main hotel, which is probably nicer (newer, for sure). Our room was still okay. The place has both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool + a nice whirlpool. Breakfast was about as expected for a free breakfast.

    4
    « Great Place...But »

THE ROOM: Excellent, in the back of the hotel away from any hubbub...except, there was a continuous LOUD humming noise. We enquired to the desk, and they thought it was probably their laundry which operates until 5:00 pm. Thankfully, it stopped at 5:00 pm. BUT, the loud noise started up again at 7:00 in the morning. Not good. THE RESTAURANT: I defy anyone to find a better hotel restaurant anywhere. Excellent and reasonably priced. Would go there just for the restaurant. THE 'FREE' BREAKFAST: This is where it gets bad. The breakfast area is tiny, and a lot of people were trying to get into it. Too small with too many guests. We were seated, luckily, and when we went to get the breakfast, and we were early, the eggs were gone, the donuts were gone, they ran out of coffee, and there was one tiny sausage patty left. Nothing for us to do but SKIP the free breakfast. THE HELP: Very nice, very helpful. ONE MORE THING: No smoking, right? At about nine o'clock in the morning, a couple of hotel employees gathered right under our window for a coffee and smoke break. Not a deal breaker for we didn't smell the smoke, but they were loud. ALL IN ALL: It would still be the first place I would choose to stay.

    « Out of expectations »

We stayed two nights here, absolutely loved the place. It's very quite, room is big, nicely cleaned. There is a swimming pool beside of the reception, didn't use it, but it certainly looks very inviting. Breakfast was a surprise too, you can make your own waffles! My 8 years old, certainly ask everyone not help her at all. Amish Village is just within 10 mins drive. They were very friendly, waving to my daughter when she was amazed by their horse carriage and their clothes. Wished we stayed a little longer.

« Great Place to Stay »

My husband and I take a trip to New Jersey to Wildwood Crest area but always stop at Lancaster PA on our way. The Best Western Revere is the best hotel. It is located off a very busy highway, but you never hear any noise. We have stayed both in their Annex building and main hotel and both are equally nice. The Main Building is very beautiful and equipped with all the extras. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable beds and the breakfast is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. This is also close to the busy areas along Lincoln Highway (30) and just turn right on Ronks Road and you go back in time to the very quaint Old Philadelphia Pike Road which has more Amish homes and country side. The shops along here are very nice as well as the restaurants, Kitchen Kettle Village and a lot of extra nice places.

« Best hotel in the Lancaster area »

I have been going to this hotel for as long as it's been around. Revere's Tavern is the best restaurant in the entire Lancaster area for the past 50 years. This hotel is excellent and reasonably priced I highly recommend it

« Really enjoyed our mini vacation »

Thanks to the Best Western Revere Inn And Suites my wife and myself had a great two day vacation in the heart of Lancaster PA. Very friendly and approachable front desk staff. Every request we had was answered promptly . The room was spotless with comfortable king bed, micro/fridge, flat screen tv and very clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was one of the best with something for everyone. The property is set back from busy route 30 so sounds from traffic is not an issue. The setting here is really very nice with a sparkling outdoor pool and lounging area. The main building houses the indoor pool and hot tube and breakfast area. Within the inviting lobby area is a stone fireplace which is so nice during the winter months. Pricing here is extremely reasonable. This is a hotel we will return to many many times.

    5
    « Excellent hotel »

We stayed here for a few nights to explore Lancaster. The location was excellent and the grounds were lovely with lots of rabbits and squirrels running around. We were travelling around North East America and stayed at around 8 hotels and this was by far the best we stayed at. The room was really nice, spacious, and had a fridge. There was two swimming pools, a gym, and the breakfast was great. My husband loved the waffle machine! Would love to stay here again if ever in the area.

Three C's. Clean Courteous and Cozy. Long time favorite of ours. Been here many times over past 25 years. They have not let there standards slip. Enjoy it every time. Revere tavern great for drinks and a snack when day is done. Had potato skins and beer last night.

« Excellent hotel for the price! »

We have stayed at this hotel several times and brought friends with us. Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Service is very good and it is convenient to several outlet shops and places of interest. The staff are helpful & courteous. The breakfast is also pretty good.

    « Consistently Excellent! »

We've been staying @ this Best Western every Memorial Day Weekend for about 14 years ± to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary . It's always clean; the staff is always friendly, courteous & respectful; the landscape is always beautiful; the pools are always clean & the Continental Breakfast is the best (the breakfast staff keeps it replenished & clean).

    5
    « Glorious stay! »

As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by two very friendly front desk personnel. They had all my requests for my reservation already considered and assigned. They were very helpful with dining suggestions. It was refreshing to see real customer service!

« Not the perfect hotel, but close »

Situated on an off-highway campus containing the main hotel and several satellite lodges, as well as an outdoor pool, the small touches made this hotel a standout. Upon arrival, one notices that coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The rooms were scrupulously clean, and well laid out. A welcome bag with a Hershey bar, tangerine, and a bag of Chees-It's made entering the room a pleasure. The wicker laundry basket in the bathroom was unique to any hotel I have visited in the past. A great answer to the question: where to throw the wet towels/washcloths once done with them? Each of the queen sized beds had an individual LED reading light with flexible stem, for the insomniac reader, allowing the companion to get some sleep. Electrical outlets had USB ports for powering or recharging portable devices. Recharging cables were not provided. The TV remote rested in a stand that announced that it had been sanitized. A nice thought, though I wonder whether this is consistently true. Not sure how management can monitor that. Breakfast, though advertised as "continental," had pretty much everything. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, and a wide variety of breads and bagels, as well as hot oatmeal, cold cereal, and fresh fruit. A fine fruit salad rounded out the offerings, along with a variety of fruit flavored Yoplait. The breakfast area was framed by floor to ceiling windows, admitting lots of light from the front of the building. Indoor pool, laundry facilities, and small exercise room were welcome compliments to my stay. The only complaint I had was that the PC's in the business center were running outdated Win 7 software, and the wall PC in the lobby was still running Win XP! For those who are actually on vacation, and not concerned with desktop equipment, this should not pose a dilemma. Highly recommend this facility if traveling to the Lancaster County area.

« Best of the Best. »

If you're visiting the eastern part of Lancaster County, PA, this is the place to stay. Located within easy access of shopping and tourist sites with a very good restaurant/tavern just a short stroll away. This BW is clean and well maintained. The staff are just the most friendly and professional we've run across in the thirty states we've visited. I recommend this BW without reservation as the best BW I've ever stayed in overall.

    5
    « wonderful value »

great value, clean, friendly, breakfast was too crowded with no place to sit; food was fair. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both indoor and outdoor pools. Check in and check out were both very efficient.

    « Great Hotel »

Whenever I travel to the Lancaster, PA area, I always stay at the Best Western Revere Hotel. I've stayed there more that 20 times and NEVER had a bad experience. I also enjoy the free breakfast. Good selection and clean area to eat. Be sure to dine/drink at the Revere Tavern. Lot's of history!

    « Great Romantic Getaway! »

Have stayed in the King Suite (w/fireplace) several times over the past few years. Revere Tavern just a short walk and the food is amazing! Hotel very clean and staff can't be beat! Indoor pool, hot tub, and the free breakfast is tops too!

« Pleasing on all counts »

My husband & I were on a short business trip during our stay at Revere Inn & Suites. The Inn offers many amenities we were not able to enjoy due to our limited schedule, but we did appreciate the 24-hour coffee service and a snack of fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening. The room was comfortable & very clean as were the lobby, hallways & pathways. A brief stroll, along the outdoor pool, from the inn to the restaurant was quite pleasant. We ended up staying at the inn for breakfast though we had planned on eating out because of the variety of items offered. I enjoyed fresh fruit cup, scrambled eggs & sausage while my husband made his own waffle and selected maple syrup from a number of different toppings.

    « Beautiful and pleasant »

My family and I just happen upon this place, a spur of the moment trip. What sold us on this place was everything. Not only was it beautifully landscaped, hotel was kept up and the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Their pool area was fantastic especially since it was heated and was inside which thrilled my children my husband and myself. There was even a Target not too far away because my husband and I forgot our swimsuits. The room we got was a suite which had 2 bedrooms, small kitchen area and a whirlpool tub which I enjoyed immensely. The breakfast they offered was amazing, everything tasted fresh and delicious. You definitely know your in farm country, and that made the experience of that area even better. My family and i are already talki about returning to the area and want to stay here again. Hope you have the same wonderful experience as we did.

« One of the nicest places I've stayed »

This is our second visit to this hotel. It is clean, staff are friendly, rooms are a decent size and the free breakfast buffet is above average. Coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby along with REAL cream. Breakfast includes fresh waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage - among the regular stuff you see. Didn't get to the hot tub this time as there were kids in it every time I'd planned to go, but last visit it was great. Restaurant on site is excellent as well. Highly recommend if you plan to be in this area

    5
    « Surprisingly terrific! »

We didn't expect this to be such a nice hotel since it's located a little south of all the Lancaster activities, but we were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again without question. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast offered so much variety that even a picky eater would have found something to eat. The pool and hot tub were both very nice. In the back of their parking lot there is a Comedy Playhouse. We didn't have a free evening to go to a play, but will plan on doing so next time. It's a dinner theater which was also a surprise. We ate one evening at the Revere Restaurant next door. The food was delicious.

    « a lovely stay »

a little bit of a drive (a few miles) from malls, shops, restaurants, attractions, etc. but well worth it. although on a major highway, it sits back from the roadway and is nice and quiet at night. there are 2 pools, in and out so that is nice in any weather. having a nice restaurant on site is a bonus. check in and relax. then have dinner at the tavern rest.

« GREAT HOTEL to STAY »

The BEST WESTERN PLUS Revere Inn & Suites was a great place to stay. My husband and I had one of the family suites. It was very spacious and comfortable. We had a large living area in which to relax. Everything was immaculate. The room was reasonably priced. The employees at the front desk made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and there was a lovely historic restaurant next door for dinner.

    5
« Another great stay at Revere Inn & Suites »

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel again, they made a few changes to the breakfast offered, which we enjoyed. The eating area is still a little crowded but that is the only bad thing I can say about the hotel. the rooms, food and staff and winderful

    5
    « Comfortable and Quiet »

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Hotel is set back from the main road so it's nice and quiet. breakfast was about what you would expect at most hotels these days. Surprised that there wasn't a microwave oven available in the room (but there was a refrigerator), so you might want to keep that in mind. Weekday room rates were a bargain, but weekend rates jumped up.

    5
    « Our Go-To Place »

Overall our stay at the Best Western Revere Inn & Suites in Paradise, PA was great! The staff and services provided were excellent. The location is perfect for us being right on Rt. 30 coming from Delaware. We visit Lancaster twice and year and this BW is our go-to-place. See you in the fall.

« don't understand what you mean! Title? »

1st visit to Lancaster, Pa. area. Hotel was great location for us. Theater plays were great and close to hotel. (one was on site and a short walk) Hotel daily breakfast was great (except of course the toasters take forever and deliver nothing but warm bread!)...nothing to complain about there, it's the same anywhere you go! Hotels cannot make toast!!! Our 3 nt. stay with friends who are regulars at this hotel was just fine we will be back with them during their Nov. visit.

    « Best Western Revere »

Very, very good property. Only wish that they provided an earlier breakfast opening (currently opens at 7 AM). Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was efficient and very friendly. The location is convenient to Sight and Sound as well as other attractions, but is some distance to Lancaster. We would highly recommend that if you have time go into Lancaster to visit the Central Market where there is about every type of meats and produce as well as some really yummy pastries.

    5
    « Spring Break »

Excellent place to stay. Have stayed here in the past, and have absolutely no complaints, ever. Lots to do in the area. Sight and Sound Theater, shopping, restaurants, Amish village experience... Love everything about this destination.

    « Nice family Visit »

Nice surprise stay. We normally stay at another hotel but it was sold out so we tried here...glad we did! I am really picky about hotels! Nice location away from the busy traffic, clean hotel, nice clean rooms, good breakfast, great rates. The beds were really comfortable - even liked that they had little reading lights attached to the headboards, nice little vanity, coffee area, bathrooms were nice size and clean/updated. The hotel is only minutes from everything - shopping, sight and sound,etc... The breakfast in the morning had everything from waffles, cereal, yogurt, sausage, eggs, etc... Staff was great from check in to check out. We even had a clogged toilet and they were in our room within minutes to fix it. Will stay here again!

« Paradise Best Western is a Pleasure »

Our family has stayed at the Best Western Revere Inn since the addition of the 95 rooms and have only seen the hotel improve more and more each year. The rooms are clean, the staff is welcoming and the location is quieter than some of the other hotels in the area. Great place for families, just ask our grandchildren!

    5
« Great place to stay »

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to outlet shops. Pool is clean and relaxing. Annex building is less expensive than the inside rooms. Great value for families. Only negative is the dinning area for breakfast is too small to accommodate guests. Small area where the food is set out and small dining area when hotel is busy. Hard to maneuver around .

« Value for the money »

This Best Western is very clean and the staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good, but seating is a bit limited. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is convienient to shopping and restaurants.

« Excellent place to stay »

I would stay here again if I was going to travel to this area. Nice theater next door with great comedy. Close to outlet shopping, all of the Amish type things in the area, and museums. This hotel is priced lower than many others in the area. Both indoor and outdoor pools.

« Excellent Choice for Family »

We stayed at the Best Western in Paradise on our way to visit family in Virginia. This hotel offered top notch accommodations and service. Our room provided plenty of space for our family of 4 (teen and twenty something children). We certainly recommend this property to both family and business traveler. Well worth the drive from Lancaster and the interstates.

When in Amish country in Lancaster I always make it a point to stay in the Best Western Revere Inn in Paradise, Pa. Good clean rooms, indoor /outdoor pools, complimentary breakfast. The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean. I like the 24/7 coffee in the main lobby too!

A wonderful, family run hotel near all attractions. The hotel staff are friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The amenities are more than one would require and the daily breakfast is a treat. We have used this facility at least four times and will definitely return.

    « Great hotel! »

This place was fantastic. We had limited interaction with the staff but they were very friendly. The room was amazing and very clean. We had a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. The room also had a huge bathroom, a recliner chair and two TVs. It made me wish we were staying for more than one night so we will definitely stay there again. They had a continental breakfast that was really good - with the standards: bagels/muffins, waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon, yogurt, juice/milk/coffee. The hotel has an indoor pool that we didn't enjoy, but it looked nice.

    5
    « Another good stay! »

Have been staying at this Best Western for years now. Started out with kids and now the wife and, I when enjoying the Lancaster area. Hotel as plenty of amenities - free iternet, pool, restaurant, free breakfast, nice rooms and service. Rates are good for the area and amenities offered. Small shop on premises for incidentals, plus 2 free waters during stay. Plenty of local information and coupons available.Only con this time arond was the matress was sagging to the middle, time for a change? Otherwise satified as usual.

    « Great Stay »

We were in Lancaster for an anniversary trip. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Great location. Staff was very helpful They gave us a route to Sight and Sound that avoided a ton of traffic because of construction. Good breakfast choices and 24/7 coffee was appreciated. We will return in the fall.

    5
« Comfortable stay with kids. »

My children and I, enjoyed the pool, breakfast and the bed which all were comfortable and clean. It is very close proximity to the Railroad Museum, The Toy Train Museum, The Buggy Tour, and other restaurants. We utilized everything and had a great time.

« A night in Paradise, literally, what more can I say »

For the money this is a great place. Really the nicest of several past hotel experiences in similar 2-3 star hotels. It's easy access right off the Lincoln Highway. The hotel sits back off the road maybe 100 yards so you drive in past the restaurant, which confused me at first. Great free breakfast, large pool, ample parking, great customer service, large nicely decorated rooms, comfy bed, store, quiet. There's a nice restaurant called Revere something next door or lots of dining places a short drive to the west. Overall just nothing but good things to say in my short one night stay.

    « Great hotel/employees »

This is our choice hotel when going to Lancaster,Pa. We especially like staying in the suite with two separate rooms and a living room and kitchenettle. Even though we are only three we like to be able to spread out. Our only complaint is its hard to get this room due to its popularity. So if you want it you have to be flexible with your dates. The breakfst has been improved. I saw that they added things like chips and whipped cream which is a great added bonus. Fresh strawberries or blueberries would be a nice addition but they didn't have them. For some reason this time my bed felt too hard and I was uncomfortable. This is rare and has never happened before to us. I had gone to the gym so it could just have been me being sore from the gym. Overall this is our favorite hotel to go when in Lancaster,Pa.

« Our favorite place to stay in Paradise »

We come up to PA to attend shows at the Sight & Sound Theater and always stay at this hotel. It's close to all the tourist spots, but still away from the main commercial areas there.. We like the Best Western- Revere In because it's out of the business district, but still close enough to do touring around the area.

« Nice setting and a great place o stay »

This attractive hotel will not disappoint. The hotel is very clean and quiet and offers a full hot breakfast, I always stay here when attending shows and outlet shopping. It is just far away from the congested area to experience the country side. The restaurant is a plus and one of the finest around.

« Great Hotel Room at Affordable Price »

Stayed at this hotel with sister for a girls shopping weekend. Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel given the affordable price. The hotel was very clean and new. The rooms were modern/clean and roomy. Even a nice easy chair in the room. Although we didn't eat the free breakfast, it looked delicious with many breakfast items. The staff at front desk were very polite and friendly. The restaurant, not connected to the building but in an off building towards front of property was amazing. Upscale menu and delicious food. Would definitely stay here again.

    « Fantastic Choice! »

Check-in, Check-out was courteous and exceptionally quick. Rooms were carefully thought out, comfortable, and IMMACULATE! Continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. Absolutely will return here and think of Best Western in our travels.

    5
    « excellent 2 night stay »

Very clean, nice room, decent size in main building. Much better than usual continental breakfast with fresh fruit, real donuts, etc. Costs a bit more to stay here but worth it. Convenient to hodge-podge that old Route 30 in Paradise has become.

    « A FEW DAYS IN PARADISE!!! »

This is a great hotel!! It's location is out of the way of traffic and road congestion and very private. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is awesome. The rooms are VERY clean and larger than most. A friend recommended this hotel several years ago, and we keep coming back each time we see another Sights and Sound presentation. The manager at the Revere Tavern( located on the property with delicious food) suggested a short cut to the Sights and Sound Theater, avoiding the construction traffic. This is really paradise!!

    « Spacious and clean »

Stayed for one night mid-week. King room was spacious and clean, well kept. Included breakfast was good with hot food available. Location is set back from road and is quiet with lots of convenient parking. Rainbow theater is on same grounds if going there. King room in main building was not accurately described by front desk staff at check in which caused a minor problem. Would definitely return.

    5
    « Cleanest hotel ever!!! »

This is by far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! The service was superior and the building is set back off the highway so you don't hear the daily traffic. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub in April. The "continental breakfast" is more like a breakfast buffet. Eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit and a great cup of coffee. Don't even think about staying anywhere else!

    5
    « Annex building »

Room was very nice and bed and pillows very comfortable. We would stay again.Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.Annex building was private very convenient parking.Beautiful grounds lots of room to walk around .

« Great staff! Home away from home »

My wife and I love the best western Revere Inn! The staff is amazing from check in to check out and they make you feel like you are at home. We stay there a few times a year and wouldn't consider any other place! The only thing is they took away the Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwiches in the morning, bummer! Other than that it is the perfect place to stay for you and your family! The indoor and outdoor pools are nice! We can't wait to go back!

    « Spring Break Vacation »

I have NO problems at all with this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Each and every employee I came in contact with was nice and friendly. Price for the week was great, would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. Breakfast was very good.

    5
    « Very Comfortable Room »

We stayed at the annex, which was very quiet and only about 500 feet from the main hotel. The parking is very convenient and access to the rooms is easy. All fixtures and furniture were in excellent condition, the wi-fi was very fast, and the satellite TV had many choices and was crystal clear.

    5
    « clean and comfy »

chose this hotel because we were visiting the Rainbow Theater which is next door. Booked 2 rooms, they were adjoining, both were clean, beds were very comfortable Breakfast was very good, a nice variety of hot and cold. Front desk staff was great at ck in and ck out. will be back since we like to take trips to Lancaster. e

    « family trip a pleasure!! »

This Best Western is a very nice and comfortable place to stay in Lancaster. Never go anywhere else to stay while in the area. Rooms are large and comfortable. The building is well maintained and clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

    4
« Annex Building Not as Nice as Main Building »

We stayed in the Annex as it was the only thing available when we booked. Upon arrival, we asked if there was anything in the main building. Were told that there was one room left, but it would be $50 more than the Annex room. The price difference was clearly evident once we got to our Annex room. The room was smaller than the main building room, and was definitely an "older" room in terms of furniture and decor. But it was comfortable, and for only one night, served its purpose well.

    5
« Great hotel, friendly staff »

Girlfriends weekend away to Lancaster, PA. Outlets in the area, beautiful countryside, loved our Amish countryside tour through the Mennonite Center. Small indoor pool, outside pool, lots to see and do in the area.

    3
    « Not what expected »

The photo of hotel shows the interior portion of hotel. We did not find out there are 2 sections of hotel one standard best western interior corridor and one exterior corridor across parking lot. My daughter and I were placed at the farthest room by the under renovation outside pool on the exterior access part of hotel. It was not well lit and we had to walk rather a long way from our car. Had I known this was a possibility I would have booked a different hotel. Also the hotel is very far from the rest of the hotels in the area.

    « Easter weekend »

We will only stay at Best Western if possible. Good Breakfast and coffee in rooms are a very nice touch. Staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. Nice location and plenty of information on local attractions.

    5
    « Just like home »

If you are going to Lancaster PA you have to stay Best Western PLUS Revere Inn & Suites, Paradise, PENNSYLVANIA. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. There are plenty of choices for breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel every year for the pat 5 years.

    5
    « Awesome place »

Great place to get away. Breakfast area really small and can be a bit pricey but it's an overall great place to stay and the house keeping staff are SUPER friendly, one of them even did a little decorative towel on the bed with my daughters stuffed animal... simple touch but it went a long way!

    5
« Great place to stay »

Been staying their for the past 2 years. Service, rooms, value,Is the best I seen. The Revere Tavern has the best prime rib in town. Nick the bartender is as friendly as can be great place. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is more then you can ask for.

« Stay at Revere Inn & Suites »

My family enjoyed our stay for 2 nites at this hotel...Service and breakfast was very nice. Cookies and Coffee or Tea at nite.We had dinner at the Revere Inn and that was awesome...Service and friendliness was there as well.

    « Everything's PERFECT! »

Booked this Hotel based on others recommendations and was not disappointed! From check-in we were satisfied. The room...Fantastic! High ceilings, soft towels & soft tissues, (pull-out) sofa & two chairs, desk, (Direct) flat-screen TV, and the most comfortable King-size bed & pillows we have ever slept on in a Hotel! Pool & Hot tub were great and the Breakfast Buffet plentiful & delicious! All Staff are friendly and extremely accommodating (Thanks to Sonny @ the Front Desk for personally coming to our room to set up our laptop to the Free WiFi)

    « BEST WESTERN PARADISE »

Great place to stay! Have stayed here 2 times and going to again in April. Close to everthing. Stayed in both the annex and main building, both very clean. Staff could not be nicer and very helpful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

    5
    « Excellent value »

Large, comfortable room for excellent price. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great location in the heart of Amish country. Have stayed at many motels in the area through the past 10 years and this one tops them all! Would definitely stay here again.

    « Paradise Best Western »

Our stays at the Best Western in Paradise, PA have always been exceptionally good. We've stayed there at least 4 times a year for the past 15 years and have always been pleased with the service and rooms.

    5
    « Comfy and Clean »

Front desk service was very kind and check in was quick. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Delicious hot breakfast in the morning hit the spot. I would certainly stay again here if I return to the Lancaster area.

    5
    « Very pleased »

Staff was excellent, room was very clean, especially the bathroom, and the hot breakfast was very good. Worth the stop and money. So if you and your family make it to Paradise PA and need a place for the night, try this Best Western.

« Great place to stay »

Easy check in. Was greeted nicely by staff. The room was very clean and the grounds were too. We will be back this summer to stay, maybe longer this time! Would recommend this place.. Thank you for our little getaway!

« What was saved on free breakfast was paid out in frustration »

Booked this over Red Roof after a satisfying stay at the Roof two years ago. Seemed like an upgrade based on past Best Western experience and free breakfast saved a few bucks. WRONG! Felt like outcast in detached unit where internet access almost nil, toilet blocked late at night (YUCK) and shower safety limited to old fashion rubber mat instead of at least one hand bar. Tried to get into main building but full (guess the word got out about annex). However, staff was extremely professional, neat and helpful. Overall, spared a buck but spoiled a trip.

    « A Hiome away from home »

This hotel is an excellent facility. It is well maintained and conveniently located in the Lancaster, Pa vicinity. The staff are responsive to their guests. We have stayed at this location frequently through the last ten years and it is our home away from home when in Lancaster.

« Paradise at the Paradise BW Hotel »

Excellent hotel. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Paradise/Lancaster, PA area. Room was very clean, bathroom was spotless. Lots of choices for breakfast, and hot foods were eggs and sausage. Cute gift shop in lobby. Pleasant staff. Overall I was extremely pleased with this hotel.

    5
« Great experience in Paradise »

We stayed just one night - the king room was beautiful, enjoyed the evening at the pool/hot tub after a delicious dinner at the Revere Tavern. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of items, both hot and cold. We'll look forward to returning!

    « Nice Hotel »

Nice hotel and easy access to everything Lancaster has to offer. Always stay there when we have to pick up things for our store. Great parking for our truck and trailer. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, business or pleasure

    5
« It works every time »

I drive up, the room is ready, clean and and check in is extremely easy and quick.. In addition, they have never had a problem with bedbugs and this is important. In the past, I once tried another place nearby based upon a recommendation and I was bitten. I now stay here one hundred percent of my trips to Lancaster and would never consider anyone else

    5
« Again and again, great »

Just came back from 5 nights there. As usual, a great trip. Room was clean and comfortable like usual... Breakfast here has changed. They took away the breakfast sandwiches and put out scrambled eggs and sausages... I do miss the breakfast sandwiches, but oh well. We come here a few times a year.

« Good Place To Hang Your Hat »

Stayed for a wedding. Main building is modern, clean and rooms well suited for a good overnight or weekend stay. Food is available at the lower end and good country food family style. Easy access off 30 and good for families as well. Worth visiting and a solid stop on an excursion.

    5
    « A Revered Hotel... »

This review is for the main building. The hotel is very clean (thank you to Housekeeper Val) and well maintained. The rooms are rather large with high ceilings, excellent Wifi and comfy beds. Very hot water with strong pressure in the shower. No microwave in the room, though there is one in the lobby and possibly in-room by request. The price for this time of year can't be beat. There's also a nice breakfast area (it gets crowded and was a bit chilly) and a large indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling windows... allowing lots of natural light and scenic views. There's also a nice suite shop on premises with snacks, beverages and gifts. Best of all, it's easy to find and is centrally located to all the area attractions and restaurants. Room for improvement: The carpets and some furniture in the room are a bit faded (not worn), though clean. The game room is a nice touch, but it seems only 2 of the 4 games work. They could use a few extra luggage carts, though I do hold accountable the several greedy and inconsiderate guests who hog them for unnecessarily long periods of time (I'm guessing they're the same guests that pile their plates at breakfast, leaving nothing for the next guest, only to discard most of it). There is an annex building that looks interesting and an outdoor pool which would be refreshing in the summer heat. If you stay in the annex, I wouldn't plan on using the indoor pool in frigid weather... you'd have to walk outside to get to it. I am a BW Rewards Diamond member, so we've stayed at quite a few hotels under the brand. This is one of the few hotels that recognize the members with a very nice gift bag (complete with a personalized, hand-signed letter from the manager). We've stayed at Premier level BWs that don't do this. It may seem cheesy to some, but I think this personal attention to detail is a nice touch. Also, our Special Request when making the reservation was honored. We will return, and because of it's location and the positive things mentioned above, it may be our new favorite BW in the Lancaster area. PROS: -Large rooms -Great prices -Clean & well kept -Friendly, helpful staff -Nice indoor pool and views -Near everything Lancaster has to offer -BW Rewards member-friendly CONS: -Nothing worth noting here

We stay at the Revere Inn and Suites every time we want to get away and/or go to Lancaster, PA. This hotel is excellent in every way...rooms, breakfast, staff, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools. We only used the indoor pool this time.

    « a one night stay »

the hotel was very clean just very dated, really needs a complete overhaul! it was very cold in the lobby where they had breakfast, not a wise choice because people are going in and out the doors....should be a wall separating!

    5
    « Good experience »

Hotel and employees were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! I wanted to take the mattress home with me. We used both the swimming pool and hot tub and they were both very clean and nice. Breakfast was good, but tables were quite crowded. We did have an issue with some adult guests making noise late Saturday evening, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

« Pleasant stay! Very clean! »

Spent a night here on a weekend trip to Lancaster. The hotel was very convenient to the Lancaster attractions. The room was very clean and spacious. The lobby was inviting with a sitting area and fireplace. They have 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby. The breakfast was your normal Best Western Breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, waffles along with breads, pastries, fruit, cereal. The workers kept everything nicely filled. There is a large area with tables to enjoy the breakfast. We stayed in the main building so the breakfast was convenient. There is also an annex building which requires a little walk for breakfast. We didn't swim but there was an indoor pool area right off the lobby with a hot tub. It looked very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    5

    « Hard to beat »

The most helpful and courteous staff that we have ever found at any hotel. A spacious room that was very clean and contained the following: a king size bed with 2 end tables, each with a lamp and one with a phone and very nice clock. The headboard of the bed contained a reading light on each end. Next to this was a nice comfortable couch and coffee table. Across from this was a good size desk with plenty of room for a laptop and other items and a nice secretary chair. next to this was a dresser with three drawers and a door with a small refrigerator behind it and on top was a TV. There was a small closet with mirrored doors and an ironing board and iron and across from this was a little alcove with for making coffee. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were large and looked fairly new. The molded tub and shower looked to be very new.

    « Nice Full Breakfast ! »

Hotel was very nice and clean. Had a great indoor pool and hot tub. The fitness center was very good as well. All the machines were new. The breakfast was fascistic. Lots of choices from hot scrambled eggs and sausage to cold cereal to donuts and bagels and fresh fruit. Great assortment.

    « Nice! »

I stayed here while passing through on business. I'll add this to my places to stay list. The hotel is nice and clean. My room was clean, comfortable and no odd hotel smells. The staff on the phone and in person were extremely friendly and helpful. My only two complaints are the small square pillows that belong on a couch and 7 a.m. Breakfast time.

    5
« Over And Above Any Thing I Could Of Ever Expected »

My family and I had plans on staying at this hotel for my birthday weekend getaway! I had stayed several other times and always found it to be a wonderful hotel! This time we stayed in the main building and the rooms must of been recently redecorated, they were great! It was almost like two different rooms with the way they were separated by a small half wall. One side was your bed area and the other had two chairs a couch bed and desk and computer chair! The room also has a microwave and small refrigerator! To my misfortune, I had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital through a ambulance trip. The employees at this hotel were wonderful the way they handled this! My family had nothing but wonderful things to say about the rest of their stay, as I was admitted to the hospital! The breakfast is the full of great things! Breakfast sandwiches and waffles! Hot beverages and juices, along with milk! Cereals and toaster items and Danishes, along with yogurts and fresh fruit! The indoor pool is a nice size and very clean! A very nice tub also! I want to say, the people that own the hotel also made sure that my children had every thing they needed through out my hospital stay! I won't get in detail, but they are truly much more than just your run of the mill hotel!

« Comfortable and moderately priced »

Have stayed here quite often over the years. Was impressed this time with the fine upgrade in the free breakfast offerings and indeed in the overall appearance of the motel. Overall, I believe it to be te best place for the money in the Lancaster area.

« Even better this time »

Went recently for a show at AMC and stayed at the Best Western the day before Christmas eve. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday. As usual the staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable as always. It wasn't crowded as I thought it would be so it was kind of cozy. The thing I noticed mostly was the breakfast choices had improved. They offered hot scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had waffles and the other stuff. But I was impressed by the new additions. My only suggestion would be to offer something like fresh strawberries or blueberries or the waffles or maybe whipped cream. Overall my stay was great! Will be back!

« Great place to meet with friends and family. »

We met with family from 3 states. We had a Family Room Suite which was spacious. Others had adjoining 2-Queen rooms. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, roll-away was awful. Breakfast was well presented, definitely more than "continental" as listed. It was great to be able to gather in that space for table games, chatting and being together--14 of us! Pool was great temperature, cloudy, hot tub was delicious. The 6 kids, ages 8-17, enjoyed great exercise and fun. Staff was not knowledgeable about the area, so be prepared. Overall a real good value for the money.

    « A real gem »

When coming to Lancaster for shows at the AMT we usually stayed at another hotel. On a recent trip out west we discovered used quite a few Best Western Hotels. We were pleased with most of them and decided to give this hotel in Paradise a try. We were so glad we did. From the time we entered and were greeted by the very friendly staff and saw our spacious king room, to the great breakfast the next morning, we were very happy. Its a great value in the area and we have already made reservations to come back.

« My stay at Best Western »

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room could be updated. The bed was uncomfortable. I woke with my back hurting. There was a dead bug in the shower, but not a deal breaker. I will however stay at Best Western again in the future.

    « great stay »

Needed a weekend get away, and this is an awesome place to stay. Love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is the best, but often there isn't enough seating. Love how close it is to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious, although the fridge was small for all the extra food I bought from our Amish friends. There is a dinner theatre on site, and we have spent many years going to the Christmas show with my parents and siblings. Can't say enough good things about this Best Western.

    5
« Another stay in Paradise »

    « DON'T STAY HERE »

My family and I recently had the WORST experience staying at this hotel!!! Shortly after we checked in we learned that the hotel charged another guests bill of 1,200 to our check card! The 1,200 charge has been pending on our account for 5 DAYS and has put our bank account in the NEGATIVE! The general manager James has not been helpful or sympathetic in helping us get this matter solved. He is blaming the bank instead of their incompetence for charging the wrong credit card. He seems to think its no big deal that my account is in the NEGATIVE and hasn't done anything to compensate us for our inconvenience and trouble! Not even a sincere apology. We should have been given a free room for all our trouble. The hotel wasn't even that great to begin with. The rooms were ok, the shower was horrible and the beds were so uncomfortable!!! First time staying here and after this experience we will NEVER stay here again!!! Find another hotel in Lancaster!

    « A Perfect Hotel Stay »

This hotel was one of the nicest I've experienced (and I've been around the world several times). I could list all of the appointments and strategies used to make this hotel great. The beds were good but the shower / tub was perfect. It included almost every reasonable configuration to make it exceptional. There were two levels of shelving in it - lower and upper - so I could wash my feet without losing balance. There was even an anti-slip rug (which must be a nightmare to keep sanitized)! Commendations go to staff and hotel management!

« Best Place to Stay in Lancaster »

We have stayed here several times when we visit Lancaster. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable decent size rooms, always a great breakfast, reasonably close to the outlets and set back from busy Route 30 so the traffic noise is not a problem.

    « Very Pleasant Stay »

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the Best Western in Paradise, PA. The room was large and comfortable, the staff helpful, and the facility very welcoming. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Revere Inn. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.

« Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating here »

Our room was fabulous!!! Very clean. Staff tries very hard to be helpful, even telling you where they like to eat if you just ask. We had a room with a recliner which I needed very much at the end of the day. They have a complimentary breakfast where you can make your own waffles and they make some of the stuff themselves. Not bad since it is included. There is definitely and outdoor pool and I can't remember about an indoor pool.

« Dated but quiet and clean »

I stayed in the wing that wasn't attached to the main building. The Inn is a bit old and dated, they should really update the decor and change the comforter styles. However, my stay was pleasant. We only stayed for the weekend, but our room was clean and quiet. The room included a decent sized fridge and coffee maker, the only thing is the bathroom is very very small. They had a good variety of breakfast items including waffles, yogurt, fruit, cold cereal, bakery items, hard boiled eggs, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, toast, and beverages. The location of this Inn is close to a lot of restaurants and shops and the price that we paid was very reasonable. They also have plenty of free parking on premises which is a plus.

    « Spacious & clean but tired »

Staying at the Revere Inn & Suites was a pleasant experience however both the rooms and the staff were all a little tired. Rooms were very spacious with a separate lounge area but were quite dark and needed some updating. All the staff were courteous but no one impressed as to really wanting to be there - something that is really obvious sadly. I am not sure if this is an individual problem or a management issue - but guys if it's not pleasant to work there leave and pursue your career in a place that treats you well. Laundry facilities were limited with only one washer & dryer. Ok but I would try somewhere else next time

    « Wonderful experience »

Having visited this hotel several times over the past years, always in the fall, we have enjoyed the nice accommodations and the warm indoor pool. Breakfast was always a nice little treat as we enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. Rooms were not cramped and allowed for our family of four to enjoy our little getaway. Would happily return anytime.

    « Keep coming back »

We visit a few times a year..We have tried a few other places over the last 2 or 3 years, but we keep coming back here. It's like home. You can't beat the price, the breakfast, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms.

    « Very nice stay »

When we come to Paradise, PA for a week-end away with friends or just my wife and I we always stay here. The food and bar at the Revere Inn is always very good. Having a drink at the bar before and after dinner is just a good way to relax for a good get-a- way which is why we come up here.

    « Always a great stay »

From the moment you check in you are always welcome at this hotel. It is well run and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The resteraunt is always our main reason for coming and celebrate new years eve here for the past seven years

    « Excellent hotel! »

This is our favorite hotel in the area! We stayed in the main building. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, offering waffles, a variety of breakfast egg sandwiches, fruit cocktail, cereals, bagels, donuts, coffee, and juices.

    5
« Great property friendly staff »

The front desk staff are always pleasant they great you by name and go out of there way to make your stay as pleasant as possable. The only negative was that in the fitness room two of the aaperatus were broken. The pillows could have been a little better. The breakfast was plentaful and the staff were always refilling any items as they were used.

    5
« Absolutely Must Stay Here »

Our stay at Best Western Plus Revere was absolutely great. The employees were very nice, the room was spacious, and the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and very clean. Just 5 minutes from the outlet stores. The breakfast was good, and the Internet was fast with no problems. We stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay more, it felt like we were home. If we go to Lancaster again, we will definitely book a room at this hotel.

    « Treated like royalty »

For visitors to the Lancaster area who are either traveling with children or don't like the B&B experience, this hotel is a MUST. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Our room had a sitting area with a sofa bed, recliner, chair and flat screen TV. The bedroom had another flat screen TV. The vanity counter outside the bathroom was a wonderful feature. The room was so clean and the housekeepers so nice that we tipped the housekeeper -- something we have never done before. The complimentary breakfast had numerous offerings and was good.

« Great hotel, great location, great price! »

The title of this review basically says it all. The hotel is in the middle of the Lancaster County area and convenient to everything. The rooms were very clean, large, and comfortable. Although the hotel is right off of a busy highway, the hotel sits far enough away from the road that traffic noise is not a problem. The free continental breakfast was very good. But, best of all, the room rate was very fair and somewhat below other similar hotels in the area. Be sure to reserve a room in the main hotel building, where we stayed, and not the separate annex building, which has received some bad reviews.

    5
« Excellent service and quality. »

We have utilized this hotel on three previous occasions and it has always exceeded out expectations. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, the rooms neat and clean and the staff accommodating and helpful. We are definitely coming back to this hotel.

    « Very nice stay »

When ever we travel to the Amish country, we choose this hotel. It is very clean, has a very helpful staff, and easy access to attractions. It is next to a restaurant, and a comedy club. The check-in goes very quickly and staff is willing to assist.

    « Centrally located »

Nice place, room way in the back of the property so really quiet. Should have brought notes from making reservation. Didn't get the room I was promised on first floor. Got stuck on third. When requesting a handicapped room it means your traveling companion doesn't walk well.

    5
« Decent Place to Lay Your Head »

Decided to stay here after changing my lodging plans at the last minute. I stayed in a king room in the annex. I was a little concerned about having a room on the first floor but the area was quiet and safe. The room was clean, the bathroom and bed were clean as well. The room had a fridge and I believe a microwave. I only stayed one night as I had plans to go somewhere else the next day but I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I'm in town.

« Great value and amenities »

This hotel was very clean and rooms upgraded. They offered a restaurant and a theatre on premises. Also had an inside pool and gym available. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast offered a nice variety of foods & drinks. Great family place to stay.

« Couldn't have picked better place to stay. »

Clean, quiet, staff helpful, breakfast excellent food lots of choices. Close to attractions & restaurants. Beautiful clean indoor pool & hot tub. The room was quiet & the bed very comfortable. It was very clean. The chairs were also very comfortable. Liked having the sink outside the bathroom.

    « Love this Place »

We go Christmas shopping in Lancaster every year and see a play - we always try to stay at this motel and eat at the Revere Tavern. The price is favorable and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.

    « Very nice room »

Stayed in on of the 1790 farm house suites. The room was really big and very clean. However, the best part of the room was the huge English air bathtub. It was so relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and I don't have anything bad to say about my stay here.

« In the center of Amish country »

The Best Western Plus is located in Amish country. It is close to the Strasburg Railroad as well as the train museum and the toy train museum. Our group split up to go to nearby farmer's markets, The train museum and outlet stores before heading to the railroad and the Amazing Maize Maze. The first night we dines in the Revere Tavern and the second ate in downtown Lancaster a short ten minute drive. The motel is situated in a good locale for many activities.

    « Weekend in Paradise »

We come to Paradise, Pa. 5 times a year to see a show at a local theater. We have never been disappointed with this Best Western, and it is so convenient for our needs during our stay. The hotel grounds are very nice and appealing and we usually are able to take a brisk walk with comfort and safety. The hotel is located just right for sightseeing, shopping and enjoying all that the area has to offer.

« Nice Place to Stay »

Very nice hotel. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was included and there was a nice variety of items. Clean rooms. Quiet location. A little removed from the real touristy area which worked out quite well.

    « A Continual Favorite »

We use this hotel about once a year while in the area and always find it a great place to stay. The rooms are always clean and in good repair, the staff is pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is one of the best for hotel which include the meal. They also always have good coffee that's available 24/7. We also like the way the pool area is kept. It's one of the nicer pools; long and deep enough to really swim and the hot tub is always in good repair. The pool area is generally very well kept but this time we noticed a few things that were a bit out of the norm. There were a few items of trash on the floor that should have been easily noticed and dealt with, even though it was later in the day. Also, in the area of the hot tub, in some corners of trim on the wall were wads of gum that some thoughtless user had left there. It appeared old and hard--not like it had been left that afternoon. Just not quite up to the normal attention to detail that we've been used to at this hotel. )Normally, I would bring this to management's attention; but it slipped my mind that evening.) It won't stop us from using it, but if it's there when we return, I'll make a point to tell the management. Our stay was pleasant, our sleep good and we'll be back again.

« uncaring hostile desk manager »

We've stayed at this hotel for 15 years but this year we were not provided with the roll in shower my wife needed. The manager Kim said it was my fault because even though I specified handicapped accessible bathroom I didn't say roll in shower which we were given in the past. The tubs are almost 18" high so even able bodied people have trouble getting in them. My wife couldn't so she couldn't take a shower the whole trip.

« Vacation stay in Paradise »

Excellent stay in this Best Western except for the dirty floors. Loved the breakfast buffet. Pleased with the first floor accommodations for my wife because of her knee surgery. Location is great for activities in Lancaster such as dining and shopping.

« Best Western Revere, Paradise , Paa »

We had a very nice stay. It was close to everything in Lancaster. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were a nice size and the layout was good. The recliner was a big plus.

    « great value »

We have stayed here several times before and it has always been among the best places we have tried. Good service at the desk- even selling us postcards and stamps and then mailing them for us to Europe- and wonderful buffet breakfasts in a light airy foyer.

    « Great Pool »

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and with the exception of inaccuracy with my reservation they have never disappointed me. Their beds are ultra comfortable, and their rooms are really clean and spacious. I am not a breakfast person so their complimentary breakfast is adequate for me, but the highlight is their pool and hot tub which I love!!

    « EXCEPTIONAL..CLEAN, QUIET & COMFORTABLE »

We've stayed at this Best Western before and have always had a very good experience. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Room had comfortable beds, a refrigerator, & WiFi access. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby all the time, along with cookies in the evening. The breakfast is the best with plenty of seating in a nice atmosphere. Couldn't get a reservation for Friday so made it elsewhere but when we checked in, we were able to get a room at the annex which is also very nice. We had an excellent experience overall.

    4
    « Good value »

It is located close to the Sight & Sound Theatre and Amish country. It is set back from the road & therefore quiet. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent but not exceptional. The Annex is cheaper, but you have to walk outside to get your breakfast. The price was right and good value

    5
    « extremely satisfied »

This Best Western is one of the best. Clean, comfortable large room, quiet, absolutely great breakfast of good choices, night time cookies, friendly, and affordable. Location is great for all the Amish tours and restaurants and sight seeing.

« one of the nicest parts of my vacation »

I have stayed at this hotel every time I have visited Lancaster PA. which is often. I have recommended this hotel to other people too. The breakfast is better then any other continental breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spotless. Rooms are dark at night and very quiet. Staff is friendly.

« Nice place, Great staff »

Spent a week here. The continental breakfast was outstanding. The staff was superb. The room in the annex was comfortable but you can tell that the building was aging and in need of updating. If staying here, try to stay in the main building.

    5
    « Relaxing Retreat »

Had a very nice time with family and friends at this hotel. We have used it a number of times as we can expect great service and friendly staff. Recommending this to others who want to stay near Lancaster and enjoy the sights.

    « Very Nice Accommodations »

When we travel to Lancaster, PA, we stay at the Best Western Plus Revere Inn. We have found the hotel to be very clean with a very nice continental breakfast. The hotel is close to the heart of Lancaster and the surrounding Amish area. I would recommend this hotel.

    « Annual October trip »

We have lodged at "the other" Best Western in years past. This year we were unable to have accommodations for the three nights required, hence we booked at Revere. This will be our choice in future trips. Extremely well kept and clean, very comfortable beds, beautiful grounds and great breakfast service!

    4
    « Good customer service »

Clean and comfy, affordable and great customer service from the manager Jim! Nothing fancy, no frills no fridge, but you get a nice breakfast in the morning. Make sure you ask for a room with a elevator if you need that amenity, some of their buildings do not have elevators so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs. We had a lot if luggage so that was a problem for us.

« Great place to stay »

This place is a gem. We've stayed here twice this month, and we have no basis for complaint and plenty of reasons for praise. The welcome is warm and the staff we've talked with are all helpful and friendly. Both times our room was comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. I think breakfast buffets are always a challenge, but the options here should be sufficient to satisfy. The location on Hwy 30 is convenient. The main building is set back some distance from the street and road noise, and the grounds are well maintained with a pastoral feel. We'd have stayed an extra day if they hadn't been fully booked.

    5
    « Best Western Paradise »

We've stayed at the Best Western Paradise at least 4 times a year for the past 12 years. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, the rooms have been clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is a notch above most hotels. We chose the hotel for the location - it's next to the Rainbow Dinner Theater. We've never been disappointed.

    5
    « Location, Location, Location »

My husband and I stayed here for one night for a leisure trip. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a few blocks from the Sight and Sound Theater (Excellent by the way), The Rockvale Outlets, downtown Strasburg. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the bed comfy. The continental breakfast was only ok. The fruit was not fresh, it was frozen and not very tasty. They had cold cereal, donuts, Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches, a waffle maker, juice, coffee and tea. We would definitely stay there again.

    5
« Comfortable in the annex building »

I've stayed here before, in the main building, and was very impressed. This trip, I stayed in the annex building (which is more motel-like). I immediately noticed how well-lit the rooms were. It seems some motels just don't put enough light in the rooms, but that was not the case here. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. We couldn't hear any traffic noises in our rooms. The breakfast was very nice, as well.

We were looking for a place to eat and was told this is the place, they were not wrong, great staff, wonderful food and a great price. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food had a home cook taste and the quantity of food was excellent.
