« Great staff, clean comfortable room »

We stayed 3 nights. Check-in was easy. Ms. Sharon at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. We did have some internet problems but the staff bent over backwards to help. Our room was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. It was very quiet for sleeping. Convenient location in northwest Oklahoma City. We would stay there again.

    « A/C problems »

When we checked in everything was fine. The room was clean the staff was very friendly. We were on the first floor and could hear every time the people in the room above walked across the floor all night long. The next morning the carpet around the A/C unit was wet to include some of our stuff because the condensation from the A/C unit didn't drain outside. It was dripping on the carpet all night.

    « Not a Plus »

I love Best Western and have found that I really only like the Best Western plus. They are updated, better customer service, nicer pools, hot tubs, beds, and breakfast. This hotel is not a Plus at a it is a regular one. It is not updated at all the beds are hard as a rock so hard we decided not to stay a this hotel another night when we did decide to stay another night.

« no paper no wash cothes »

arrived late for an early morning meeting got to the room after being on the rad for hours to find o toilet paper. after calling the desk we were told it would be about ten minutes. While we waited for the paper my wife opened the mini fridge in room to discover a cup that had been there so long it had leaked all over the fridge we informed the man who delivered the paper and was told he would inform housekeeping. Afraid of what else hadn't been clean or changed it was an uncomfortable evening. When we woke up to get redy to leave at 6:00 the next morning we discovered there were no wash clothes. Poor management poor housekeeping poor experience .

    « Fun Trip »

A friend and I decided to take our children on a fun trip to OKC. We came up the night before and stayed. Everyone in the hotel was kind and accommodating. From help with the pool to help with breakfast, they were all amazing. The bed was comfortable and room was huge!

« Best value in the area »

This hotel is BWplus. It is easy to get to and quiet to the freeway traffic. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean as well as inviting. The price was exceptionally reasonable for this type of lodging. Beds were comfortable and rooms are roomy.

    « Affordable and Friendly! »

This was a great place to stay! Nice, clean rooms and property. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cost was within our wheelhouse. It is out of the way but it is not far from the Broadway extension and fairly close to Quail Springs mall.

    4
« Pretty clean and quiet! »

I stayed here while traveling to Arizona so I only needed it for a nights sleep, but the hotel was very clean and in a well lit comfortable area. Easy check in, guy at front desk was very quick and efficient and answered all questions I had regarding my stay very well. Was a very comfortable stay.

    4
    « Very Nice Hotel »

Its a great hotel with awesome beds and a good location. But you can get a nice hotel across the street for less cost. But this is a great place to stay for business. I Have never used the pool, but it is really nice and indoors. Fitness room is small, but I have used it. Main Event next door and Hudsons Pub next door has a great chicken fried steak!

« Had some issues but most were corrected »

We stayed only one night, I requested ahead of time to be away from elevator and noise. Didn't get away from elevator, but got away from noise. Had billing issues that were taken care of during stay. Was double charged for room to our credit card, but that was taken care of before we left. However when your on a budget for your trip and your card had been charged for 24 hours in the city that you're spending the day eating and sightseeing in for only that day, it puts a cramp on what you can do. Especially when you originally planned to do a little bit more. I don't know when the next time I will put OKC on my to do list to visit but I am sure that the tourism board would like it if I spent a little more money in their city instead of my own.

    « Extremely friendly staff »

This hotel is well kept and clean. The lobby was nice. We encountered several front desk staff, and each was enthusiastically friendly! The halls and facilities were in great shape. The room was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had a nice shower head with good pressure!

    5
    « Couldn't be better »

Really was a nice stay with helpful/considerate staff and a clean environment. The location is great for folks (Like us) that are having out-patient surgery at the Summit Hospital and need to layover for a follow-up next day visit to see the Dr. when driving from out of town. Try to have 35 cents ready if you exit the Kirkpatrick turnpike. Once there you can get around on the frontage roads though.

    « Great experience »

I had never stayed at a Best Western before, but I will again. The hotel was nice. The lobby and breakfast area was attractive and clean. The room was large, up to date, and the bathroom and room were clean. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff acted genuinely pleased that we were there. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of items to choose from. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. If I come back to OKC I will stay here again.

    5
    « General »

We had the best staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They always had on a fresh pot of coffee. Had great seating at the breakfast station. The location was very well in the center to where we had to go for our games and that made it nice. They also had a washer and dryer that we could do the uniforms in.

    5
« Trip to OK City »

Good place to stay Near several good places to eat and shopping center. Walmart and Sam's club is just down the street. Easy on and off to Interstate. I do wish it had a hot tub for my bad back but it is a good value for the money.

    5
    « Excellent »

This Best Western is in a good location, well within driving distance of downtown OKC. Shopping and food were close by as well. The staff is outstanding and knowledgeable about the area and really care about your stay in their town. I will be staying with Best Western for all of my family outings to OKC in the future.

    4
    « Nice and clean »

The rooms were exceptionally clean, the air-conditioning kept our room nice and cold on this hot summer day, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention this place has perfect location, plenty to do close by.

    3
    « STATE TOURNAMENT »

The staff at this hotel are not helpful and not friendly and if you are a group of people going to this hotel I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT they do not like groups. In fact they will go out of their way to make your stay worse

    5
« Good place to stay »

Hotel was pretty easy to find, which was just off toll road. Nice area and close to many eating places. Staff was very accommodating and made me feel like I was a very important person. Was told about this hotel from a friend and they didn't steer me wrong. Will visit here again

    4
« BEST WESTERN PLUS MEMORIAL »

the hotel itself was a positive experience, plenty of snacks for the grandkids in the vending machines, good pool, no hot tub. Breakfast was good, kids liked the mini pancakes. Would stay there again close to Quail Springs Mall and lots of choices to eat.

    « Great Hotel & Staff »

This BW is a great place to stay. I was on a road trip to the west coast. The location right off the interstate made it easy to find. The staff is very welcoming and the room was outstanding: big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is standard BW offerings. Lobby coffee maker was broken in the early morning, was repaired immediately when the staff showed up to work.. Great hotel, great value

    4
    « Great Location »

Stayed for a baseball tournament. Location is close to Edmond, where our tournament was...on top of Top Golf which is awesome, main event next door (kids and adult entertainment) among many restaurants close by. Room was good, didn't have breakfast but they did offer it.

    4
« Great stay to play baseball »

Great location, approx. 2 miles from Dbat. Food was good & rooms were nice. We've stayed there before & was satisfied & decided to stay again. We would recommend to others, especially Top Golf is close & I - fly place pretty cool.

    5
    « OKC Marathon Stay »

The hotel was very runner friendly. They had shuttle service to and from the marathon. Snacks including bottled water were out early on race day for those catching the 4:30 a.m. shuttle. They had 3 p.m. check out race day so you had a chance to get back to the hotel and shower before heading home.

    3
« Great place for leisure »

The kids loved the pool and the staff was really pleasant both at check in and in the morning! The breakfast was simple but a good value. I'll definitely return, and would recommend for visiting family and friends.

    5
    « Great Night's Sleep! »

The Best Western Plus Memorial Inn & Suites was in a perfect location right off of I-44 for our trip west. The hotel has been renovated in the last couple of years but looked brand new. The staff must do an excellent job of cleaning and repair. We arrived late and Sharon was working the front desk checking us in. She was friendly and efficient. Parking is easy and close by which was great on a rainy and windy night. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. Everything was clean and in excellent working order. We got a great night's sleep which is just what we wanted. Breakfast was excellent and included bagels, muffins, yogurt, omelets, sausage, cereal, biscuits, gravy, bananas, apples, OJ, coffee and probably more things than I can remember. I would absolutely stay there again.

    3
    « Stay »

Arrived around Midnight. When I got to my room, as soon as I opened the door, I was met with a STRONG cigarette smell. The bed was completely bare. No sheets, blankets or pillows. I was given another room. Breakfast as fair at best. I would get to the breakfast around 7:00. Gravy runny, usually 1-2 bananas reaching the expiration date. Fruit overall poor looking.

    4
« Recent stay at Best Western Plus Memorial Inn »

Appeared to be newly remodeled or built, elevator permit was dated within this year. Very clean, did not smell like a converted smoking to non-smoking facility. Very quite given the proximity to a inner city turnpike.

    5
    « Very nice stay. »

We stayed at a Best Western in Springfield MO the previous night and had a horrible experience wasn't sure about trying the same hotel brand but did and was pleasantly surprised by this property. After reviewing the other property I've since received a refund from them. It's obvious most properties are independently operated because we've stayed at quite a few of these in a number of states and have only had the one unhappy experience.

    4
    « Local Stay »

Clean room, well outfitted for the most part. Was only lacking on USB ports for charging devices like phone, ipad, I only found the one on the desk. Otherwise was nice and clean and friendly staff. Well priced for the location as well. Had a clean pool and work out

    « Recommend for everyone. »

very clean and a great value for the money. would stay at this hotel again. Staff were all curtious and professional. Breakfast was very good. Indoor pool was good. rooms were clean and very well kept

    5
    « Nice facility »

Stayed at this hotel for a quick get away. King rooms were large and very clean, front desk were very accommodating. Continental breakfast provided with everything one would need. All in all, we would stay here again.

    2
    « Stay somewhere else »

We stayed here because this is where my daughter's basketball group was staying. The front desk clerk didn't seem to be able to be computer literate. He was confused about available rooms, I had to tell him several times I already had a reservation and bc I booked my room using a third party (through Tripadvisor) this was cause for even more confusion on his part about my credit card number. He announced my room number and cell phone number out loud within earshot of several people waiting in the lobby as well, isn't it standard safety practice NOT to announce these things? He gave me my room keys and said he would go up and check (leaving the front desk unattended) to see if the room was clean and asked me to wait in the lobby. He then proceeded to wait on the next guest while I waited with my keys. He then followed this gentleman out to the parking lot after checking him in to ask if he needed help carrying anything. When he finally came back inside I asked if he could please check on my room, he says to me "You should have asked me to do that!" What? I didnt even know how to respond to that. He then takes my room key out of my hand and tells me agin to "wait here" while he goes to check the room. This is just the check in. The room was adequate but if you need to use the sofa bed, be ready to go to the front desk & get your own linens and make it up yourself. Oh.....and bring your own pillows for it because I was told they were out and but could wrap a blanket in a pillowcase if I wanted. The check in was the main hassle because of the bizarre customer service. I have to say that the manager finally caught on and apologized but I still would go elsewhere. There are better options to stay in my opinion. I will never be back.

    « Love it! »

I was in a bowling tournament that was off of Penn Ave, which was not from the hotel. The price was right, the location was right. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool and I love the small fitness center. The beds were soft and comfortable. I will be back!

    5
    « Great Room »

We are spoiled. We are use to a better breakfast selection. Many of the Best Westerns have more breakfast options and have a soda machine. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and very courteous.

    5
« Stay here all the time. »

I stay here all the time, it is safe if you are a woman alone, it is close to lots of eating places and shopping. It is always clean and comfortable. The rooms are large and I love that it has a fridge and microwave.

    5
« Overnight Stay with Sports Team »

This hotel was very accommodating, they let the team(s) swim after the closing deadline as they were playing ball late into the evening. They did a great job making sure breakfast the next morning was replenished for everyone to enjoy.

    3
    « Not Plus »

We had trouble finding this place due to our GPS confusion. The manager, Russ, was a great help directing us by phone, and also quite helpful when we arrive. This an average Best Western, perfectly fine for our needs, but we would not give it a plus.

    4
    « very pleased »

This part of town is a bit sketchy, but this hotel is amazing considering the location. It's not far from the jobsite we are working at which is nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. I like that they have tea and coffee prepared 24/7. The staff was very nice.

    4
    « Mistakes Quickly Corrected »

Had reservations for 3 nights. Key card cancelled after 2nd night. Got new card but room had not been cleaned when I got back. Very soon after I returned to the room housekeeping was there to take care of it. Guess they thought I'd checked out. Mistake was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Nice rooms. Quiet.

    « Awesome »

Staff here is awesome... The young lady at the front desk most definitely needs a raise... My husband and I stayed here 2 nights... Then came back a week later to this place because of the friendliness and professionalism of the young lady up front... Thank you.... We will be back again!!! Oh not to mention exceptional clean rooms.. Very comfortable...

    5
    « Clean, comfortable, updated »

After driving all day the check in was easy, pleasant, and quick. I wish I had the young man's name at check in. He was quiet, deliberate, and efficient. He gave us the password for the hotel wifi, but I typically don't use it. I checked on my phone and the signal seemed quite strong. The room was on the second floor with a separate suite like appearance. Not completely separated from the sleeping area but defined. Breakfast had more than just carbs(eggs and sausage). People were swimming in the pool. No hot tub. The hotel was on the North end of town, but didn't seem out of the way after driving all day. The TV did not turn on at first, it was on a swivel and the plug in the back must have come loose. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy, but not obnoxious.

    3
« Facilities and presentation a notch above Basic »

My family stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation is reasonable given the price, and we stayed at a CostCo rate. The bed, bedding, furniture, and decor are pretty nice. Water pressure was low, a couple of crickets wandered into the bathroom, and the breakfast was typical processed, ready-made fare. Staff was very helpful, professional, and attentive.

    4
    « Acquisition Training »

Nice hotel and enjoyed hot breakfast each morning before training. Would stay again with my family since it is at a convenient location, next door to a bowling alley for entertainment. A variety of different places to eat!

    3
    « Only one complaint »

The hotel itself was very nice. Good clean room, good breakfast, good nights rest. The only complaint I have is checking out. I stood at the front desk for a while, then finally rang the bell for service and the gentleman was not in any hurry to help me check out. We were leaving to head to a job and ended up being late but i know now to check out 15 minutes earlier at this hotel. Other than that it was a nice stay.

    5
    « clean and restful »

we were here having our RV worked on so it was a lazy time--enjoyed watching the traffic out on the highway and just doing nothing. the employees were helpful and food good. a lot of people in motels at this time due to the ice storm and no one seemed to be short tempered.good experience.

    5
« Worth the Stay Here »

Everything went well on the one night trip I had here. Place was clean, quiet, and had a reasonable breakfast. We had an event at Main Event next door, so it was within walking distance of the hotel. It made for a nice and easy commute to it. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

    5
« Storm Shelter in OKC »

During the past week we lost power after the chain of ice storms in Oklahoma City. We stayed at the Best Western on Memorial near Quail Springs Mall. The staff @ this location did an AWESOME job helping all of their guests pull through a very difficult few days.

    4
    « Very Comfortable »

Clean and comfortable. Easily accessible. Small parking lot. Off of a toll road. Accessibility to OKC attractions, but not in the gritty city. Very nice part of town and accessible to Edmond, a jewell of a city north of OKC.

    4
« Edmond OK Best Western Plus »

Location was close to work and restaurants are within 5 miles. Although the hotel is situated between a highway and a strip mall it is very quiet and comfortable. It was the most affordable hotel in the Edmond area. The staff is very helpful as well as very friendly. The exterior and landscaping is very well kept. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here during all of my business trips to Edmond, Oklahoma.

  • 4
    « Not Bad »

Stayed at this BW for one night. Location was a little off-centered from things, but a few eating places walkable. Clean, newer place. Would I stay here again? Perhaps. I would prefer however, closer to downtown area as this location is slightly off the beaten path.

    5
« New Management, better hotel. »

My wife and I come her to OKC when we want to get away. We usually stay here because its close to good eating, shopping, etc. I haven't been here in a while, and was very surprised with our room and their service. Our first night there we were too tired to go out to eat, So we asked the young man at the front desk, Trey, if he could help us out with a good pizza place. We go up to the room and call and they no longer deliver. I called the front desk and asked if he had anything nearby. He took it upon himself to find a delivery place for us and called us with the number. I didn't have to look and map out what was close to us. Good job by the young man at the front desk that went the extra mile for two tired travelers. Rooms were great, breakfast better than last time we stayed there. I would recommend this Hotel again to anyone. Had a king sweet and couldn't have been happier. To the management keep up the good work.

    5
    « great stop »

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. The location at the intersection of the 2 interstates made our travel less hectic. We arrived at 11:30 PM. All was in order for our stay. Ended up leaving before the next night as we had planned, but the manager helped us find a Best Western in Wichita.

    5
    « Excellent Customer Service »

First, I have to admit that I haven't actually stayed here. I booked a room through a service that mistakenly listed the hotel as pet-friendly, but their pet policy has since changed. I'm writing to commend their exceptional customer service over the phone. The man I spoke with, Trey, was friendly, sympathetic and helpful. While he couldn't refund me himself as I had booked through a service, he offered to call that service to get my refund for me! (I didn't take him up on his offer because that's not his job, but I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond.) He even asked his manager if they would make an exception for my dog, but they understandably couldn't. I can only assume that with great staff like Trey that this hotel would be a pleasure to patronize. I'll definitely remember this hotel the next time I'm in Oklahoma City (without my dog, of course).

    5
    « Great place »

My sister and I Came to the city on an impulse, there was some big event going on. Like to never found a room, but finally found this one. It was great, the front desk guy was super. Room was clean and bed great. Vending machine didn't work, but discovered the tap water was fine. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I would definitely stay here again

    4
    « One Nights Stay »

Overall our stay was very good except for the phone call we received at 12:45 am from your House Keeping staff asking if we needed House Keeping. I believe there may have been a mistake in the room number given to your house keeping staff early this morning. Other than that we had a great stay, the facilities are excellent and your front desk staff were very professional and polite. Thank you!
