Best Western Plus Barsana Hotel & Suites

Slept very well. Breakfast was average. Security was awesome! This was our first visit to Oklahoma City. I didn't realize how many displace folks there are. They really like to hang at the property next door whose security isn't as good.

Perfect stay, friendly staff, very clean location. That pretty much sums it up about this location, I travel a lot for work. And I don't normally leave reviews but this place deserves it. Would recommend

Tim, the young man who checked me in, was I believe the night manager was a complete angel. Let me tell you the situation: My sewer line had collapsed, and we literally had to have a place to come for showers and restroom. I had tried several local extended stay hotels who refused to let us rent (because we were locals) owned by HILTON. So, I tried Best Western, I walked in with tears in my eyes and story of what was going on he attentively listened and assured me it would not be a problem and that it was all going to be OK. How right he was. The room was beautiful and comfortable, endless hot water and great breakfast. I will never forget the kindness shown to my husband and myself at a very trying time. I will sing the praises of BEST WESTERN to everyone I know. Please Tell TIM thank you!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was easily accessible, had a very friendly staff. The rooms were clean & spacious, with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Nice amenities, good parking, enjoyable breakfast, good price.

Beautiful room, a suite really. Large and relaxing after a long drive of 10 hours. Very nice shower. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying with waffles, eggs, sausage and all other breakfast favorites.

Manager was extremely friendly. Enjoyed my stay and had zero issues while there. Stayed for a few nights to visit family, slept well each night. Always happy to wake up to go and eat breakfast. Would recommend if unsure of places to go to.

The hotel was topnotch. I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. This was the first time homeless accosted me in the parking lot. Walking to find a restaurant required going by larger groups of panhandlers.

This hotel is extremely clean, friendly staffed and is willing to assist in any way to ensure their customers are taken care of. The hotel has great amenities for any type of traveler, business or pleasure.

Very helpful staff and particularly great curtains covering windows making 9:00 a.m. on a bright sunny day appear like outside sky must be darkly overcast when curtains were closed. Truly impressive and helpful when needing to sleep after sunrise.

A very good place to stay in an updated and clean and friendly environment. Security doors that actually work and the staff very concerned about your satisfaction. A very good breakfast offered with ample amount available and various choices also.

I was staying there because it was close to dr appointments. I checked in a little past 10 pm. At 11:30 I went to lobby I needed change for their vending machines. Stood there 15 minutes and yes I touch the buzzer about 3 times to let them know I was at the front desk. No one came. The next morning I had a seizure. I called the front desk to let them know I had suffered a medical issue and probably would need to stay another day. The man at the front desk told me I needed to come down and resent the room. I said sir you have my information. He said if you don't get down here by 9:30 I will have some escort you out of my business. I had to use the wall to hold myself up I couldn't see anything due to my eyes being blurred. I was on the second floor. I made it down to lobby handed him my room cards, ID, and debit. After he charged me for the room I asked him why did he have someone come get the cards or at least come help me. HE YELLED AT ME IF YOU DONT LIKE MY POLICY YOU CAN LEAVE MY BUSINESS!!!!!! I said sir I can't even see the wall in front of me. How can I leave?? He did this in front of other customers. I was crying by this time. I made it back up to my room still hugging the walls and a housekeeper actually kept the elevator from shutting on me. The only person to help me during this time. I called Best Western Plus customer service they took my statement and gave me a reference number. I never heard back. So I called the customer service again and they stated they sent Barsana Hotel and Suites a letter explaining my complaint and the service rep said the Manager of said establishment would contact me personally. That never happened. The rep said I would have to call the manager for a refund. So that's what I did. I refreshed his memory and he said I lied and made up that story and he would not refund me. He would even give me a chance to talk because he talked over me. So I called the customer service line again and told them how he treated me AGAIN!!! That he refused to give me my money for the day I didn't stay. And he hung up on me all the while talking over me and calling me a liar!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! RUDE MANAGER!!!!!! And he doesn't have a problem talking over you and being rude… I'd also like to mention this was my first ever seizure….

The staff is always the sweetest, they do care about you and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with being at their hotel. I would always stay at this particular location when visiting. Amazing people! Simply Amazing.

This place was ok if your skin is not brown i guess..mexican dude was kind a rude thats the way i look at it...just to get a new towel you have to bring the used one to him...then swap but on my case it was not like that..i was told that towel was still on the dryer once its dry i can get new towel but when ask him again the towel he just told me once its dry i can bring the towel to your room..but he never did..so we did not take the next cause no towel

The Best Western Plus in Midwest City, Oklahoma is at a great location. it is only about a 10 min drive (if that) from downtown/Bricktown area. it is actually directly off of I-40, which is the same interstate that Downtown/Bricktown is also off of. Also I-40 can connect you to any other interstate or main road In Oklahoma City. You really are right up the road, from anywhere at all, when you stay here. There is plenty of shopping (think major department stores, a boutique shops, convenience stores, even a Walmart) within 2 or 3 miles. and many with a mile. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great spot within 10 minutes of the airport. There is no shuttle so a 3rd party driving service will be required if you are not traveling with a vehicle. The employees are fantastic and comforting when you check in and throughout your whole stay. Best Western seems to always have great employees but the employees I spoke with here went above and beyond. Such a great experience after a long day of work. The King suite was roomy and super comfortable. Again, great stay.

The hotel is very nice over all. the lobby was clean and inviting. The staff was working hard to keep the hotel clean. The beds need updated mattress. I would also like to see the AC fan serviced as it was kinda loud and that is why i marked sleep quality down. The room markdown is because of the Bed mattress. Once the 2 items are fixed i would say the place would be a 10 out of 10 place to stay.

I'm moving from California to Oklahoma. Writing this us making me upset being I can't just post something easy I have to write min 200 letters I'm at 153 and almost there. Just can't say great experience except the wifi sucked in 117

Overall the Best Western Plus Barsana Hotel & Suites in OKC is awesome. The only reason for the 4 stars and not my normal 5 is due to one rude employee, Sam. He is the most obnoxious desk clerk I have encountered during any of my travels. All other staff were top of the line and I give them 5 stars. Sam receives a - 5 ! The hotel was clean, rooms were very clean and stocked very well. Just that one bad apple that ruins it for others. Service review is based on the type I received when checking in and it was terrible ! And don't bother to ask Sam about the rewards program if there is one active during this stay, because he acts as tho he has no knowledge of the subject...geesh

We were unable to use the toilet for 4 hours, waiting for maintenance to unclog. Then they didn't clean the toilet. Gross. No one would want to stay in a dirty smelly bathroom. They need to think about, Would I enjoy this smelly, dirty bathroom? Would I want to pay to not use the toilet for 4 hours? Lobby bathroom was also out of order. Hmmmmm Not a good impression.

The guy named Tim that works at the front desk is super friendly and awesome. Most of the front desk is great. The housekeeping staff is very inconsiderate. They will talk to each other across rooms of the hotel while cleaning and they're basically SCREAMING and laughing so loudly to each other while people are trying to sleep. This often occurred around 9:00am - 9:30am every morning so if you're not an early bird this may be a problem for you. They also do not pay any mind to the do not disturb signs on the door. The hotel is supposedly a no smoking hotel however over my 2 week stay there were several nights I would go up to my room on the 2nd floor and would immediately be met with the stench of marijuana or cigarettes upon exiting the elevator. This is of no fault to the hotel staff but I feel it's important to mention for anyone considering staying in the area: My partner's truck was burglarized in the parking lot. It's generally not a super safe area to be in at night. We noticed lots of sketchy folks that appeared to be making drug deals in the parking lot and possibly having prostitutes come and go from their rooms. Additionally, the pillows are mini child size pillows, not full size, I had a horrible neck ache all 15 nights of my stay. Breakfast is served 6am-9am, I often wake up around 9:30 so I'd miss out, the 1 time I did get breakfast it was a bag with a super sugary sweet chocolate muffin and a sugary chocolate granola bar, no healthy option, just snacks.

Comfortable and clean. COVID measures are in place. Tim, at the desk, was extremely nice and helpful. Good restaurant recommendation. It is convenient from I44. We stayed in a suite which gave a little more spread room.

Although the room was decent, I feel the front desk over charged. I made a reservation on line before noon on a Sunday. The rate was higher than other hotels in the area, but I still booked. After checking in I checked the rates again and it was 30.00 cheaper. I went to the desk to see if they would change the rate. They said no that's the rate you booked. They also informed me rates change hourly sometimes. Which I don't believe. They could have given me a break but chose not to. For that reason, I won't stay there again. Oh, and we are diamond members through Best Western and still chose not to accommodate us. Totally dissatisfied.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Ohio from a "socially distancing" road trip out to the western states. We had originally planned to stay in Weatherford, but wanted to get a little further up the road so we called ahead to this hotel and made reservations. Tim greeted us at the front desk and was friendly, funny, and welcoming. The check-in process was quick, and he explained the are restaurant situation since the covid crisis was still going on. Expecting this to be a typical "box hotel" near the interstate, our mouths fell open when we walked into the room itself. It had a separate area for the couch and loveseat, a huge bathroom and a spacious bedroom area. Because we were on the first floor, we had entrances to the room from both inside and outside, which was awesome. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The only miniature complaint was that outlets were a bit difficult to access, but we made it work. We had to leave early the next morning in a pretty juicy thunderstorm, so we didn't take time to partake of their grab-and-go breakfast. (I also had a tire going flat and needed to get to Discount Tire down the road.) Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

The beds were extremely comfortable. And the indoor pool was heated and felt wonderful. It's located off the highway by many restaurants. The breakfast was good as well with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, juices and milk. I would definitely stay here again.

A very clean, comfortable hotel. Our room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large variety of hot choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Manager harassed staff (I could hear him while he was on speaker phone). Room was falsely advertised. I was upcharged for a sofa sleeper that did not exist. Mini suite cost extra & there was literally no difference from the room that was just a 2 bed. I suspect the pool chemicals were also off, as my daughter left pool with red, burning eyes.

I've never been asked to leave my room completely so housekeeping could come, nor have I ever been told housekeeping had to come and clean. Which was extremely difficult for disabled persons in our room to just evacuate on demand. Then to be kicked out for several hours waiting on them to come and complete said cleaning. The entire staff at this establishment needs some customer service training, they were all rude and seem to be irritated to do anything.

It was amazing every item was available for grabs breakfast attendant was very friendly and made sure everything was full I would most definitely recommend this place to any one that asked about it. best western is always on point with what they do sometimes I even get surpriused at anyone with a bad review

We used this hotel because of the close proximity to the hospital for my husband's surgery. We have stayed here previously because of the cleanliness and the handicapped accessibility that is available. Another reason is that it has a no pet policy which I absolutely love.

Best Hotel in the area. Very convenient, clean, and friendly. I felt safe after walking through the doors. Coffee was twenty four hours and internet was very fast. The staff was always there when I needed them! Thanks again and I will return.

Hotel itself is nice room was amazing. until the next morning for breakfast the pictures on the website makes it look so yummy. When I checked in they took a copy of my cc, never had a best western do that. so I wasn't really happy.

Great location for food, retail, Tinker A.F.B. Convenient to the interstate, good breakfast every morning. Large, clean rooms, with granite counters, a sofa, chair, coffee table, desk & chair. Minifridge, microwave.

Great stay. Clean, friendly. Breakfast was Good room was nice. Staff was fast and helpful answering question . Indoor heated pool was nice. No issues or complaints. Easy to find and close to ALOT of restaurants.

We stay at this hotel about once a month. We always find the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast is great, rooms are clean. Once had an issue with a air conditioner that wasn't working and we were immediately moved to another room. We always feel like family when we stay here.

Stayed for a weekend to attend an OU football game. Hotel is only a 25 minute drive from the stadium, and was very nice, clean, well lit parking lot and friendly staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I will certainly return.

I have stayed at this Best Western several times over the past few years and always found it to be comfortable. I get a good night's sleep and the staff is very nice. Check in and out is effortless. I appreciate that it is smoke free.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and always had a pleasant stay. I would like to see some variety on the breakfast buffet as the same old things everyday get a little boring. Another Best Western I stayed in had egg frittata and fried potatoes which was a welcome change.

Came in late and got a room quick......dropped keys at desk and were out early in the morning. Fueled with a hot breakfast and good nights' sleep. Room smelled fresh and the coffee was steps from elevator!

I have stayed at this property several times and it has recently been updated and is very nice with a competitive price. There are other hotels very close and this is the best price for a 1-2 nights stay. Nice pool, professional staff and several restaurants near by.

I always select BW Barsana when in OKC. It is always extremely clean and comfortable. I never hear any bothersome outside noises and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk help goes above and beyond to help you. The grounds and lobby are immaculate. The location is conveniently located to a main interstate, but just far enough back that you never hear traffic. My favorite hotel!

We stay at this location about 12 times a year. We always find the staff helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the food fresh. There is a small indoor swimming pool that our grand children enjoy. There are lots of eating places in the area. Close to the highway.

I stayed in this hotel recently while on a road trip. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The décor wasn't as modern as some other hotels but it was fine. Check in and check out were completed very quickly. The staff we encountered were very friendly and pleasant. The room was big and had a separate seating area with a sofa and 2 armchairs. It also had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. The breakfast was good enough. We didn't leave hungry. There was a waffle machine, toaster, scrambled eggs, cereals, bread and a few danish, mini muffins etc. you could make your own burrito. There was a coffee machine and orange and apple juice available. The TV seemed to have a good selection of channels. There were a few choices nearby where one could get food, usually the old reliables (McDonalds, Red Lobster, The Garage etc.). There was a diner ( A taste of China) across the main road which served a choice of mainly Asian food in an all you can eat buffet style for approx $13 per person inclusive of taxes. Drinks were extra but they did not sell alcohol. They had a reasonable choice of desserts. There was a (rugged) pub near the hotel and we went there for a couple of drinks. All in all, we were happy with our stay in the Best Western + Barsana Hotel and Suites.

This was a truly great experience. I always expect great service from the Best Western brand and this location didn't disappoint. I had several changes in my schedule while there and the staff stepped up and made sure I had the best accommodations. If you're looking for restaurants in the area, there are several within walking distant and more a short drive away.

Room was spacious with living area, sparkling clean, beautiful bathroom, and friendly staff! The only criticism I have is that the pillows were extremely small and uncomfortable but that is NOT a deal breaker in the least bit. If you're traveling through Oklahoma City, I highly recommend this hotel!

One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! Very large and clean rooms! The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was great! We used the pool which was kept very clean and had a great time! Will be visiting this hotel again next time we're in Oklahoma City

Best Western has never failed, and has always been a great stay. This is one of my favorite hotels, and would definitely come again. The staff is so nice, and it's so clean. It was a great experience overall.

The customer service by Maria and Shane is outstanding. I always asked for them before making my reservations. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable as well.the only thing I had problems with was .the housekeeper were yelling across the hallway to each other.Hard to sleep in late with some doing that. I brought it up to manager.

Do not stay here. They have horrible customer service. We pulled in after midnight from a 14 hour drive and I payed for our room. The desk clerk handed me my rewards card but not my ID or credit card. I didn't realize it until the next day after we drove almost 100 miles. So once I came back I told the manager what had happened and he looked down and saw both my ID and credit card sitting on the desk. I said that I wanted some sort of compensation and he told me no that's not their responsibility even though my cards were with the night clerk all night long and I even walked past him and he said nothing. So after a week of dealing with customer service and this hotel, I get a response that I will not be receiving any type of compensation of future discount because I had been checked out for an hour. Completely incompetent management and customer service. Also if they run out of parking they make you park on the street with no cameras or any type of security.

First stay at this hotel and I was overall very pleased. I came in from the airport late at night w/o a reservation but having looked it up online. The area is well-lit and felt safe. I requested a single room but it was a pretty quiet Monday night so the courteous young man at the desk upgraded me to a lovely king suite on the top floor. It was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed and then some. The bathroom was very clean with above par toiletries and a good shower. My bed was very comfortable. This is perhaps a matter of personal preference, but I felt the bedding was too skimpy for winter, with just a thin blanket between 2 sheets. I was hoping to find a nice lush blanket on the closet shelf but did not. I'm sure I could have just called down to the desk to request an extra blanket but it was late and I just wanted to get to sleep - so I put on fuzzy socks, kicked the heat up a notch, & was comfy in no time. Also, although there were 4 pillows on the bed, they were all quite small. It was fine for just me but would have been inadequate for 2 people who like pillows. Finally, with sheer draperies, the outside parking light was shining into my room. Fortunately, I had a beach towel and hair clips with me so hung that up to cut the light. Even with these minor issues, I was very happy with the rest I got at this hotel and the breakfast was great - above par for sure! Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit, a real plus! The best part - they have a "toppings bar" with delicious add-ons for eggs (shredded cheese) or for cereal/yogurt (brown sugar, raisins, nuts, etc.) I didn't use any of the extra facilities but they look nice. The lobby is clean and attractive, as are the elevator, breakfast area, hallways, and common areas. This hotel is a good value and location. As a single person traveling alone, I felt very safe and would stay here again.

I have been staying at this property since 2013, and this is the first time I cannot give 5 stars, I hope it's not a sign of what's to come. The bed seemed on the worn side, not as comfortable as normal. The sheets were worn thin to the point of not staying on. Property was clean as usual. The staff that checked us in Friday afternoon was fantastic, two helped with the process making our 2 room check in go fast and smooth. Over the weekend the staff was not as outgoing and friendly, not very talkative. I'm used to front desk staff that speaks and makes you feel welcome and wanted. Breakfast was adequate for the included meal, Mrs. Garcia did excellent job of keeping area stocked and clean, which was important with a group of young girls making a mess.

I stay at this hotel often. The owner is amzing and so is his staff. I will continue to stay at the property because it is a great location and very nice property. Thank you Mr. Petal for having an amazing staff and clean place.

This hotel is our go to hotel when we are traveling through OKC. I always make a point to stop here because of the new renovations, beds, and the people who work here. The kids love the indoor pool and I love the facts that we don't have to travel to eat because this hotel is close to everything. The staff make sure you feel welcomed and are taken care of from the moment you make your reservation over the phone. The suites are large and gives the whole family a nice place to stretch after a long day driving cooped up together in a car. The maids do a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast is always delicious plus the attendant is nice to talk to. Overall, I feel this hotel is the only one I will ever stay at in OKC! Thank you!!

The woman at the counter was horribly unprofessional, unkind, and extremely uneducated. She had a lack of training I suppose because she couldn't even print a receipt. She called her GM and even he didn't know how. She spoke so rudely, didn't raise out of her chair to welcome the guest stayed sitting down so unprofessional like. Was rather disappointed with the whole trip. You would think that a plus hotel would try to make a bit more of an effort.

Another week on the road and another stay at the Best Western Plus in OKC. My stay away from home is always made easier by the staff at the Best Western Plus Barsana. They go out of their way for me week in and week out.

This place is amazing check in was easy all staff was very friendly, check out time staff was also great everyone was very good and easy to talk to , I felt right at home the property rms were clean beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious this whole stay was a great pleasing experience for me and my family, everyone went out of their way to make sure things went smooth for us , we are definitely coming back and will recommend this this hotel to my friends and family and work friends

We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room, but unfortunately we still didn't sleep well. The walls must be thin here because you can hear absolutely everything that goes on in the hallway. I mean EVERY word that people say when they are walking to their room is clearly heard! We were unfortunate enough to have folks running up and down the hall, yelling, and slamming doors until well after 2am. When I reached for the phone to call the front desk it wasn't working, so I looked up the number and called on my cell phone. I don't think the attendant really understood what I was saying, but eventually they quieted down so maybe he talked to them. Since we had no plans early in the morning we hoped to sleep in and make up for the sleep we lost. Alas, the STAFF started cleaning the rooms next to us and yelling back and forth to one another as they worked with no regard for our “do not disturb” sign. Maybe the others who positively reviewed this hotel were just really lucky and had quiet neighbors, but if you want to actually sleep I'd say book at your own risk!

Picked this hotel based on location to airport and son's apartment. Looked at reviews on-line. This was a good choice, No problems; staff was nice, hotel was clean. We would deffinately stay there again if we make it back to OKC!

After a long day of driving with 4 children we were looking for a convenient hotel with a comfy bed, good shower, and hot breakfast. This was perfect! In addition to those services, the customer service was excellent as well. Thank you for a great stay!

We are always happy when we stay at the BW Barsana! The staff is attentive and polite. The breakfast is hot and fresh. Martha always has a smile to greet you in the morning! I asked for extra pillows and got them within 5 minutes of asking!

This particular BW left us with mixed feelings. The staff was outstanding, but the condition of the room was not. We had a broken A/C and two mostly non-functioning phones (which I discovered while trying to contact the front desk). The breakfast was fine, but some items seemed more for display than consumption. All in all, I was a bit disappointed but am willing to return due to the wonderful staff.

The staff is customer service oriented and the facilities are marvelous . I will definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling to the SW side of Oklahoma City. Management and front desk went beyond my expectations.

The breakfast was great and the people at front desk, Maria and Claudia were so nice and made me feel welcome I would definitely come back!I have never been treated with such cortisy and respect at any hotel I have stayed at. I will make best Western plus barsana my number one pick hotel to come visit when I come back to town. I am truly grateful for this experience.

We generally do not stay with Best Western but decided to stay here because of the ease of access to where we are traveling in Oklahoma City. We are very pleased with this hotel. It appears to have been recently renovated and offers a nice indoor pool and a breakfast that offers a variety of foods. The price was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will stay here again the next time we come to Oklahoma City again!

This hotel was great. We had a family get together all of our rooms was nice, clean and updated. We had pizza delivered to the dinning area the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, great swimming pool, it was great temperature water was clean the pool area was clean. Breakfast was hot and filling. Everything was great here!

We were returning from a cross country trek and tried this hotel based on some previous reviews. We have been using Mostly Best Western's and this one was up to all the others we encountered on the trip. The room was very nce and the hotel was kept up very well. The breakfast was very good. the shower was good, the bathroom very clean. very easy to find right off the exit ramp, and easy to get back on in the morning.

We we're in town for a High School football game. This hotel is in good shape. We had a nice room. The room had a slowly draining tub but we checked in late so they weren't able to fix that right away. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was particularly good. They had biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos and waffles, etc, etc. They definitely went the extra mile in this category compared to many places that we've stayed at recently. The next time we come back to Oklahoma City we will stay at the Barsana Best Western!

It would of been better but the Maid knocked 5 times from 7:30 ish until 10:00am if she was so gun ho last time she cleaned the room we would of had no mold but.... other than that it was fine.bed was good, breakfast was great! Lady that checked us it she was fabulous

Good service. The room was clean. The bathroom needed some minor maintenance. I replaced the toilet tissue and the space behind the roll needed some definite cleaning. The caulking around the soap dish needs to be replaced. Even though it was clean, the caulking had the look of mold, which makes a person think it is not really clean. The sink faucet has such a strong spray of water, that it goes everywhere outside the sink. We weren't able to tone it down. The advertisement for the hotel states that it has a heated indoor pool. It did not seem to be heated.

I checked into the hotel at 10:45 pm after a long drive. Front desk did a great job. I get to my room decided I need to relax and unwind. The bathroom was not very clean. Old soap stuck to wall and hair everywhere. The bathroom and tile floors where not as clean as they should have been. One of the 4 towels had hair on it. I would expect more from a hotel. I have been in the Hospitality business before. I have managed hotels I can say my rooms never looked like this. Please see pictures I have attached. This hotel is lacking in cleanliness. The management team should be making sure these rooms are clean.

We stayed here while attending a family reunion. The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool area does not have a hot tub but it was refreshing after a day outdoors.

We stayed here during a baseball tournament. The location was centrally located and easy to access from the highway. The lobby is clean and spacious. The breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast..eggs, waffles, oatmeal etc. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms and bathroom needs some TLC. Some walls and bottom of doors need to be repainted and lamp shades replaced. I also thought the room had a muggy damp feeling. Also the air conditioned never kicked off and was loud. Rooms have a frig, Coffee maker and microwave. I would stay here again.

Stayed here one night cost $94 , I was shocked when I open the door and walked in very bad smell this place is old and dated it needs to be revamped. The staff were friendly and nice let me check in early as I was traveling by motorcycle and very hot. I would not stay here to due to the condition of the rooms, especially for $94 a night.

We had a pleasant few days stay at the Barsana Hotel in OKC. We stayed at the hotel during a trip to University of Oklahoma for Graduation 2018. This hotel was convenient, very clean, comfortable and had lots of space in each room. The suites were perfect for our trip, everyone had space to sleep, and hangout, the closet had plenty of room to keep our dress clothes and graduation regalia neat and clean and the desk was perfect for finishing up last minute assignments. The exterior access doors made it so easy to load and unload all of our bags and come as go as we pleased without distributing the other hotel guests.

This is a professional non-referral-do not every stay at this hotel. The GM, Bob, will tell you he owns this property and e will not give you his full name. He lies to you, very rude and never ever stay at this hotel-you will get screwed. They charge you incorrectly and will not refund the money. I have to go to my bank to dispute the charges and do this the long hard way. I will also file a major complaint with the BBB and the state.

We stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament. Long story short, it was rained out, and the manager refused to let us cancel and refund our money for the one night we weren't going to stay. This is despite the fact that the other hotels in the area had already agreed to do so seeing as how the situation was out of our control. He was so rude, even going so far as to tell us "he didn't need our business; it's a big city and there are plenty of people that will stay at his hotel." Not only that, but the previous night we complained about the noise in the rooms to the side and above us, which he completely disregarded as if he didn't believe us. Steer clear of this place; he doesn't value his customers at all. Only their money.

Nice, modern well equipped room. Appreciated the use of the Micro-wave and refrigerator. Very easy to find near the expressway. Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to check-in and check-out. Would recommend to travellers.

Flew in to OKC for family reunion and this hotel was convenient to airport and, while not down town, easily accessible to the city sights. Room was pleasantly spacious and up to date modern (coffee and fridge). Free breakfast was good and all day coffee kept us fueled. It was a great place for our family to gather, so one evening we brought in take-out food for twenty people and (thanks to Shaun at the front desk for accomodating our family) we all dined in the eating area. (NOTE: Of course, we were courteous, quiet, and well behaved!) Pool was welcome place to land after a busy day.

Reservation was wrong, not told no first floor room available, curt front desk clerk. Miserable stay. I have not ever seen a hotel room with two phones in it and no phone book. When I asked for a phone book I was told the hotel did not provide them. My husband is handicapped and can barely walk and requires oxygen and when we did not get the first floor room I was told he could just walk from the car in the parking lot thru the front to the elevator carrying luggage and 4 bottles of oxygen. Pathetic service and rotten attitude..

We found this hotel by accident, have been misdirected to it by a well-meaning welcome-center hostess. But despite it being a couple of miles out of our way, we had a very nice stay. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was like new and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice-sized fridge. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but maybe that was because we were on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was excellent...my wife said the scrambled eggs were better than what she makes - and that's saying something. There were a variety of options to eat. Overall, an excellent stay, and other than the water pressure, perfect!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely consider this Best Western Plus again.

When we visited the Barsana Best Western we were pleasantly surprised they had a 24 hour front desk since we arrived late. We were given clear directions to our room and found a larger modern room awaiting us. The double queen room had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Breakfast was standard hotel grub, but good. Checkout was easy. We'd stay again.

Good, basic breakfast. Very quiet room. The Garage, Burgers was just two buildings away and we enjoyed great service and burgers there! Booked at last minute while traveling and they were all ready for us upon arrival. I'd stay again.

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was exactly what we needed then, so we stayed again. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great, wifi worked very well, pool area was kept very clean. We said we'd stay here again because the staff 2 years ago was phenomenal. This time around, all the staff except one were great. One could use some pointers on the customer service end of things on front desk which is where the 4 and not 5 stars are directed. Outside of that, it is a very convenient hotel and had us within 15 minutes of most things we were visiting.

This is a pretty run-of-the-mill modern "express" hotel, or upscale motel. The staff is casual but friendly, the rooms are comfortable enough, and the location is the real star. You can be anywhere in the central OKC area within about 15 minutes via various routes. That includes the popular Bricktown area and downtown as well. Access to restaurants requires good GPS skills or going with the burger place, the pub, or the fast food joints nearby, because you are right on the frontage road near the intersection of two major interstates (40/44 and 35).

We stayed at BW this past weekend. We were attending a Christian Motorcyclists event. We had originally had reservation at another hotel but had to be moved (previous hotel had oil field workers staying long term, the job got extended, it was easier to move our group) My hubby & I arrived about 12:30, we were allowed to check in early, no issues with reservation being moved from one hotel to another. The front desk clerk was helpful, friendly. In fact all staff we dealt with were very helpful & friendly. Our room was very nice, comfortable king sized bed, nice sitting area, roomy, all super clean. The whole hotel smelled fresh & clean, looked spotless. Recently remodeled. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. good hot fresh coffee available early (we went down at 5am) There is a heated indoor pool (no spa) which was very nice. Overall it was a lovely stay, we will for sure consider staying here again next time we are in town

Rooms were clean. service was good. Fast easy check in and check out. Close to lots of area restaurants and things to see & Do. Friendly and the decor was very nice. Wish Breakfast was earlier then 6am. Missed it because of an early flight

This is a really nice hotel/motel. it is not in the down town, but close to routes anywhere. Comfortable and inexpensive rooms. Great Breakfast (FREE) The check in was simple, yet I did use the inter web to get a reservation.

We had a group of teens with us to attend a two day conference and had a wonderful experience. Our first night was a late night and arrived back to the hotel just as the pool area was closing. We asked if it would be okay to allow our teens to swim for about 30 minutes while the pizza arrived. The staff very graciously allowed us to stay in the pool area for almost an hour for swimming. Highly recommend this Best Western Plus.

The people working at this hotel are extremely helpful, nice and kind. I checked in on Dec 24th (holiday), they were so nice helpful and welcoming I would totally return to this hotel and recommend this hotel Front desk staff and Marta from the breakfast totally went out of their way to make me feel cared for THANK YOU ALL

We stay here a lot when we visit our kids and grandkids. The breakfast is one of the best in a hotel. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and quiet. It's close to some good eating places and not far from shopping. It's easy to get to and the people are very nice.

Great location on 240 with restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean. Loved that the coffee/microwave and refrigerator had a separate area and were not stacked on or in the TV stand or dresser. Plenty of room on the bathroom sink for all your stuff. Water pressure was a little low in the shower but wasn't a big problem. Breakfast had bacon which is always a plus and the tables and decor had a more polished look which was nice. Would stay again if in the area.

This hotel is located on the South side of OKC. It is relatively new and well furnished. They have a heated indoor pool which is nice to use and relax are a long days drive. The parking lot is well lit and clean. Parking close to the door. The hotel has a elevator to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors easily. They furnish a nice breakfast bar. The access to hotel is a little tricky. Must access the hotel from a frontage road while going east. Just behind the Confort Inn. This is a nice quiet place to stay.

Affordable and great night sleep after a long rainy day at work. The room was comfortable and hotel quiet from9:00 till 7:00 in the morning. Breakfast was filling and there was plenty for the number of guests eating at & 7:00 in the morning.

Great hotel with HUGE room! The "plus" feature in the title really means a lot. From the decorative bathroom fixtures to the comfortable beds and large rooms with couches-this was a great place to spend the night after a long day driving I-40. After 8hrs on the road we pulled up to the hotel just after a tour bus and we still were checked in swiftly and efficiently. The beds were comfortable and they had a variety of pillows - soft to firm, which I always appreciate. I wish we had more time to spend in the living area of our room! Also, they had an indoor swimming pool which we didn't get to enjoy but the shower was large and had great water pressure perfect for washing off the road. The staff was very nice in the morning and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again!

I requested a wake up call when checking in due to early hospital appointment the next morning. It's a good thing my wife woke up when she did because I was almost late for hospital appointment. Then went to check out and had to wake the guy up at front desk. He took room keys and said thanks, then I had to ask for a receipt. Told him about wake up problem, he said management would hear about it. Have never had this type service at any Best Western. Wife never got to eat breakfast due to having not given wake up call.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Cozy room with comfortable bed and lots of crawling space for our baby. The crew was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast hit the spot and sent us fresh for our day. Thanks for having us!

Really wasn't expecting such a nice hotel for that price. If I had to go back to OKC I will definitely be staying there. I have no complaints. Bed was very comfortable despite there was no comforters.

Very nice looking hotel in a non-nice looking area, diamond in the rough if you will... Breakfast was too early and ran for too short, but was nice, and looked good. Not all the lights functioned (could have just been bulbs), and even a switch or two was reversed (off was on, on was off). Beds were ok, nothing great... chair in room was artistically pretty, but uncomfortable to sit in, as it was a straight 90 degree... staff was great though. Couple minor tweaks and this would be one of my favorite stays.

I stayed here one night. I booked and paid for my room online and had no issues at check-in. The front desk was friendly but they had issues trying to find my reservation. Seems like a few other have complained about this, so maybe management can provide some training to their staff to sort out these types of issues. I thought the room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were OK, and the room was clean. There wasn't much outside noise, so thankful for that. The breakfast was good as they served hot food and there was plenty of coffee available. I paid around $90 for my room and would stay here again.

To start off my experience with this awful excuse for a hotel, the employee on the phone as we were trying to book the room said "you could just come in and book it" as we were seven hours away so it was impossible. We arrived and the man at the front desk was extremely rude, did not speak at a level which could be heard, and showed annoyance when asked to repeat himself. We got to our room and the door was open, so we called the front desk where the same man asked my girlfriend "want she wanted him to do?" Oh I don't know maybe at least check to see if you double booked the room? I can't even sleep right now because there are no curtains to cover the commercial grade parking lot lights directly outside my room. Avoid at all costs

I booked and normally have to waite 10 minutes or so but they found my reservation and let me into my room right away. They gave all the information I needed and I was anble to finish my work and get a good nights sleep.

Great breakfast. Near downtown. Not much within walking distance. Near Walmart. Right off highway but don't hear anything. Indoor pool is good, but alot of chlorine, Rooms big and beds are okay. Had a bit of trouble with the toilet not flushing. Internet is great. Kitchen staff really friendly, front desk is okay. Make sure you ask for a cart (we didn't know they had them and they didn't offer.......) Safe area for your cars. Felt safe there.

I have to tell you all, upon first arrival of this hotel I was impressed, I usually don't write reviews but I feel I need to share this to help anyone coming through Oklahoma City, this place can be fully trusted and is one of the cleanest hotels, inside and out, that I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here, always greeting with a smile, and the rooms here are all spacious and clean, with all amenities needed for a personal and comfortable experience. you add affordable onto that and I'm left with this great experience, and walk away refreshed and satisfied. All of that being said, I'm glad I could share this with you, and five out of five I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through or near Oklahoma City.

Nice time with great service and comfortable. Personal concern for our comfort and needs. Easy access to major highways and restaurants. Location was also quite. We enjoyed our week end and would look at finding another Best Western Hotel for next trip.

It looked like the rooms had recently been remodeled Very Nice. My room was vert comfortable and quite. there are several good restraunts in the area.The bottom floor Room I was in had enterance from the lobby and from the exterior which I liked so you could make trips to your car without having to go through the lobby.

Easy access, clean, comfortable rooms and facility. Close to shopping and eating establishments. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, Pool was small but temp was comfortable. Overall stay was great.

Bad customer service. After staying cleaning stuff shampo and body wash was not in both room I call and ask but been told I am not housekeeper you can come and take or not. Their management was not handing Wright.

Overall good value - clean room - newly renovated -- staff efficient by not "friendly". Breakfast staff loud and spoke only Spanish. The fitted sheet and mattress cover appeared to be too small for the bed (King size bed). It simply would not stay on.

The staff was wonderful the room was awesome couldn't find a better hotel and staff for the price. Our family loves it. It is in an easy on and off of the interstate and close to family and places we like to visit.

This place is horrible! The internet is super slow and basically not functional. I stayed here for four days and the only time the internet worked was in the morning. In the evening it got bogged down and worked like a modem from the 1990s. When I reported it to the staff I got prank calls in my room in the middle of the night, possibly from the staff themselves! This place is the WORST, do NOT stay here!

During the summer we travel and get to sample many hotels. We've had some hotels claim to be something which were not unfortunately. In this case, we were so pleasantly surprised. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, it was a superb experience. Great staff, cleanliness, well maintained facility, delicious breakfast and tasteful decor and furnishings. The beds were so comfortable, the pillows offered the right support. I really am beyond pleased with your hotel and will recommend to everyone I know. AMAZING.

Its not far from the highway which is great if your just stopping overnight. Not much around it but there is places to eat that are about a 10min walk away. Room was tidy and large with plenty of room. Worth the money. We paid about AUD$100 for the night. Free parking is a plus!

Upon climbing into bed I found what I thought was a pen in the sheets..... NOPE, it was a loaded hypodermic needle! The manner in which the situation was handled by the night clerk was what I would expect from a pay by the hour motel.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting or passing through OK City. It's always a good stay, breakfast is pretty good, good variety and always plenty of food. Nice and quiet, convenient to interstate.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast area was large and the food selection was good. AC was very good. I didn't go five stars because of location (although not knowing OKC well maybe this shouldn't a concern). We came east on I-40 and getting off the interstate and finding this place was a little difficult. Once there the neighborhood seemed more industrial/business park than anything (other hotels next door) and we did walk to Jimmy Johns to grab dinner. Overall I would probably stay here again (unless I found a better BW plus in a better location to the capitol and okc memorial). This is a 4.5 hotel to me.

I've stayed here twice and the lobby area and other public areas are very nice. They rooms have been remodeled. Rooms are super spacious. Would have liked a few more towels in the bathroom and the bathroom fixtures might need an update. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Free wi-fi which is always a plus!

This is a very well maintained hotel. Most importantly, the TV remote worked very well.. the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The staff is exceptional. This should be a 4 Star Hotel.. They have made it that way.

I made my reservation for two rooms for 4 nights about two months in advance. About a month later, I needed to change the reservation to reduce the room numbers to one on a couple of nights. Staff had a very difficult time understanding my request. As a result, they cancelled my second room all together, which meant six of us had to share one room. I was amazed and surprised by the staff's incompetence when it came to understanding my request, which, one would assume is not unusual in hotel reservations.

The Best Western Saddleback Inn is a great place to stay. Newly remodeled and updated makes for a great nights rest. Friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing. Much improved acomadations and deserves a good review

I've always been a fan of Best Western and their Oklahoma City location is no exception. A very spacious front desk area greets you with their huge breakfast area right behind it. You can also spot their awesome indoor pool. Also, they have washers and dryers available. When you are on the road as much as I am, You really learn to appreciate a hotel that has them. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. Both very spacious and at the same time cozy. The bed was super comfortable. Much appreciated when you have been traveling most of the night. The morning breakfast was fantastic and staff was so helpful. Best Western, you never disappoint.

I should mention this at the outset- I have stayed at this hotel many many times. It has been my favorite BW in the OKC area and it's still in good shape. When I checked in, I had to wait for 10 minutes- not because others were checking in, but because "Sam" was taking his time getting to me. Had he said anything at all like, "forgive me, I'm dealing with with another guest." Or, "may I have just a moment sir?" I think that would have been fine, but he was downright rude. I asked a couple questions about room and rate and parking with the same cold response. Our room was right next to a family of five who were loud and all up early. Sometimes that's just luck- and I know BW can't do much about that, but it served to make the trip much worse that it already was. Given my interaction with "Sam" the night before, half of me believes he actually looked to make us miserable.

The person that checked us in went out of his way to allow us to store our bicycles inside for the night. This was greatly appreciated. The breakfast is great and it was easy to check both in and out.

The room was perfect. Nice and clean exactly what we wanted. Couldn't ask for a better hotel. The downfall was at check In. The man was rude and hateful. He acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there.

We stayed at this particular Best Western for a 3 day basketball weekend tournament. I was very impressed with this Best Western. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and I couldn't even locate dust on the night stands or the lamps in the room. Lol. Our floor was quiet, even with the hotel being full with families and their teenage basketball players. Overall, there were only two things that disliked, and it was the very sheer curtains linings in the rooms and the fact that I couldn't close the actual curtains. Aside from the sheer liners and the curtains, our family was very pleased with the hotel and the service they provided. We'll be back in the area, sometime in October, and I hope our coach will book the same hotel. It was great!

We had a nice roomy suite and used the workout area and pool but room service was not up to par. One employee at the front desk had trouble speaking and understanding English which was an issue when nobody else was around and you had an issue.. No extra employee around to help with service in the evening if something was needed in the room.

The room was large, comfortable and recently updated. There was a wide variety of items served at breakfast and the food was very good. The desk clerks and maids were friendly. The area was quiet and well lit.

We stayed here about six months ago when we were moving from Oklahoma City and no longer had furniture in the house we were selling. The experience was good enough that when we had to return to conduct some business there was no question as to where we were going to stay. The only complaint was I has some difficulty connecting to the internet but this was due to my laptop storing log on information from the last visit. The hotel has updated their wi-fi and the owner went out of his way to make sure my connection worked. Even though we have friends in the area, next time we return to OKC we will be staying here.

I brought a youth group to the City for a youth retreat and looked for a good hotel with hot breakfast. This hotel fulfilled each and every one of our needs and wants. It has a swimming pool and elevator to help those to floors 2 & 3. Very clean rooms and very helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

We were in town for a football game- the hotel was in a great spot between Norman and Brick Town. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel-easy highway access bu not too close to highway. Outside appearance clean and welcoming. Lobby very clean and nice- halls, elevator and rooms all clean and no bad smells. Bed was comfy and plenty of pillows. Loved the fact there was an armchair in the room and a microwave. Water temp and pressure was good in shower. Overall a very good experience for the price and would definetley stay there again.

I always try to stay at this hotel when I go to Oklahoma City. The hotel and guest rooms are always clean, beautiful and comfortable. However, the main reason I stay at this hotel is the friendly and caring staff. Everyone from the manager down to housekeeping always go above and beyond the call of duty. They make you feel right at home!

This hotel was a lovely destination after a long road trip. The lobby, room, fitness center, and pool were all clean and comfortable. The breakfast was slightly lacking (i.e. the artificial/powdered eggs). But overall we enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the price.

Husband and I stayed here for two nights in October, 2016. This hotel was delightful. Very clean and quiet. Parking was very close to room, beds were perfect, and the suite was immaculate. Hotel is close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would surely book this hotel if we ever come back this way.

This hotel was a godsend when I was on the road from LA to Chicago! I arrived quite late but they were able to help me with a pleasant attitude and a clean, warm room! I slept like a rock the whole night through! When it was time for breakfast, they had a great spread which gave me plenty of fuel for the next leg of the trip!

Nice Friendly staff, large comfy rooms, we slept good, hotel was clean, great selection for breakfast convenient right off highway. Definitely Best Buy wish we could find this hotel every night!! :) :)

When we checked out, I forgot my gold earrings in the bathroom, as soon as I realized, I called the hotel and spoke with the assistant manager. I described the earrings and she said they had them. She was going to check on shipping options and call back, never did. I called a few times and left messages and nobody returned my call. Finally got a hold of her and she said that the earrings they found where not mine.

Was disappointed on the fact that when we reserved the room it showed a Jacuzzi Tub in the room but when we got there --no Jacuzzi tub--very disappointed -was really looking forward o that pleasure--but the overall expierence was great and all there were very frindl

Very much enjoyed my stay, Martha the Breakfast attendant was extremely helpful and attentive. The room was clean, I like a soft bed, this one was a little hard for my taste but still able to get a great night sleep.

Had a great experience while traveling through for business in Oklahoma City. Clean rooms, friendly staff, complimentary coffee, and close to I-35. Really spacious rooms and a nice pool and gym. Would definitely recommend for someone traveling through on business.

We stay in a lot of hotels because we are traveling entertainers but this hotel is exceptional! It's right off the highway, it has plenty of free parking, the rooms are huge with very comfortable beds and fast wifi and the staff are courteous and professional! I'd highly recommend this property!

We stay at Best Western hotels on a regular basis due to the fact that we don't experience "surprises" during our stay. The staff always is nice, including this location. The breakfast is always rated as fair, but I am not expecting a five star meal for the price. Since we don't have to make a trip to iHop or Denny's, I can take $20 off the price of the room.

Bad service from the night clerk asked to see met I'd after I have already checked in to the hotel told me that I did not pay for the room when my banked was charged for half the room and that I was not suposed to be in the room that I'm in and to make things worse there is bugs in my bed. And a blood stain . I had asked him for his I'd and he told me that he did not have to give me his I'd and that I had no right to ask him of such things then I asked his name and he replied with Sam

Checked in Friday night. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms are large and up to date. Husband went down for breakfast this am and came back to say they had powdered eggs. But the waffles were good! Very small pillows. Bed is comfortable with nice linens. Tons of places to eat nearby. Oklahoma had an earthquake this am at 7:00 a.m. That freaked us out! No harm done however!

Great place to stay , The rooms are big and clean , The beds are comfortable. They have a great little breakfast bar in the morning and free coffee all day! The staff was great and provided me with missing items such as tooth paste etc. I will definitely be coming back. thanks !

I stayed here for one night because it was near the OKC airport and I needed a place to sleep. I also chose this hotel because Best Western has a good reputation and the price on Expedia was affordable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the room was poorly vacuumed which made me feel gypped in a way. It didn't help me to appreciate the bland decor or the whole experience.

Only stayed one night whilst touring. Hotel was clean room was spacious , breakfast good. Ample free parking and short drive into city. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Enjoyable short stay.

we chose this hotel by checking on line. it had excellent reviews, which were justified. hotel was very clean and the staff very courteous. it also was a good value. the hotel is about 2 miles away from i35, which makes it a convenient stop over point. i can highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best motel stays we have ever had. Very nice room and the breakfast was the best we have ever had at a motel! Very tasty food and nice and hot. We would definstely stay here again!

We booked this hotel at the last minute, and it exceeded my expectation. Good breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. Good access from interstate, lots of fast food and sit down restaurants near by. we got in late every night and the parking lot was lit up and felt safe going into hotel. They are doing some remodeling but never heard or really saw anything. Would stay again

If you need a place to stay the night before your flight, this is a good one. It's inexpensive, the staff was friendly and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's not glamorous, but it's nice enough and a good value. Very near the airport.

This place was great when I stayed. The room was very clean (which is HUGE) and the room we stayed in was pretty bright which Iiked. I hate when a room is dark and dingy. The room was big enough, not the biggest I've stayed in, but must remember you're at a Best Western and not a 5-star place.

The thing i love about this best western is that the moment i shut the door to my room i felt like i was in my own apartment. I had been on the road the entire day and i wanted to close the world off, i turned the a/c on, and just fell into peaceful tranquility. They have a pool and a workout center and also good strong free wifi. The TV was great, the room also had a fridge, a microwave, coffee pot and a king sized bed. I would have loved to have stayed for a few more days but i had to get back on the road, but the next time i'm in OKC, this Best Western will be my hotel! This was a safe, clean and comfortable hotel, they also offered a hot breakfast in the morning and coffee all the time.

I needed a place last minute in Oklahoma City. I'm so glad that I found this property! Everything was impressive from the beginning. The check-in was fast and very friendly. The room was updated, very clean and extremely comfortable. There are three things that are most important to me when staying at a hotel. A great shower, comfortable bed and fast wifi. The Barsana knocked it out of the park on all three counts! I was out early the next morning, so I didn't get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled amazing as I walked past. Next time in the area, I will definitely book here again!

During the stay, they were upgrading. Front Desk did a great job getting us into a room and taken care of. The rooms and house keeping are what knocks this hotel. Rooms overall look fine, but the furniture shows all the stains. First room was bad enough that I had us moved to another room. Hotel might consider not getting cheap furniture and actually getting stain resistant furniture. House keeping did an OK job, but seemed to always have to call front desk in the evening cause house keeping never stocked up on towels or soaps. They also never clean their shelves they put their soaps and wash cloths on (attached picture). This was like that in both rooms. Overall, I would rather pay a few dollars more for a cleaner room and better house keeping.

Nice room and amenities. The hot breakfast was good with multiple selections. Rooms include both a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave. The indoor pool was small but clean and very usable for exercise.

My husband and I went to this hotel to spend the night after our wedding. We had a reservation and we got to the hotel to check in about 1130pm. I told them when I made the reservation that we would be checking in about the time. When my husband went in the front desk man was asleep. My husband tried to get his attention and wake him but could not get him up. He came out to the car and asked me to come help. When I went in I had to yell at the man to wake him. Other people had come down also needing help with their rooms and the man continued to sleep. When he finally woke up he stated at us like nothing was wrong. I asked his name he said Eric. I asked for a manager and could not get Ahold of one. Long story short we ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. We will not ever go back here. It was a terrible experience and end to what was suppose to be an amazing night.

Friendly staff, clean room, reasonably priced, well located. Hotel located within easy drive to interstate, neighborhood was clean and safe. Restaurants located within easy walking distance (Garage Burgers), gas station also close by. The indoor pool was small but my kids were still able to release some of the pent up energy after a 12 hour drive. The room was very clean, the bed was suitable, and the hotel was quiet throughout the night. Woke up early the next morning, had a good breakfast (nothing fancy, but enough options to satisfy everyone), turned in keys and left. Exactly how an overnight stay should go. No fuss, nice and easy

This hotel was on our way to the International Youth Convention in San Antonio and was very beautiful. Newly finished floors and carpets and elevator decorations made the hotel look amazing. We also got free breakfast and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very comfortable but were a little warm when we walked in. breakfast was delicious and everyone in our group loved it. Thank you for the stay!!!

We stayed only one night, but the location was perfect for our trip. Access to the interstate was easy. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback we found was that the hotel does not provide a TV remote in the room to change the input for using using alternate programming devices. The hotel has only one remote for every TV of each brand. The staff was great though and very helpful.

Newer best western hotel with a New Orleans type inside/outside decor. Cool. A big plus is how it's close to tons of food and shopping choices. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, with large room. The hotel is well-designed for kids with a nice pool and free wifi that puts a block on any search for adult material. Buffet is built for early risers as it's open from 6-9am.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Close to Stockyard City and the famous Cattleman's Steak house. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were great. Highly recommend if in the area. Quiet and secure location. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here often and are always satisfied with staff and facilities. The staff always helps us when we ask. The pool is nice, the grandkids love it. The breakfast is nice and well stocked. The rooms are well insulated and we always get a good night sleep.

There is a lot to tell about this hotel. From the outside it looks good. New carpet in the room, they told us, two week old. Afther two days we found used socks (not ours) next to one of the two beds. I ask for a safe deposit box. The lady behind the desk said, bring your stuff down and we'll take care of it. So when I came down one of the owners of the hotel came to me and said:The franchise, Best Western, told me it is not necessary to have a safe deposit box and away he was. I know a little about be kind to your clients, I think he missed that part. Last morning, there were ants around the waffle iron and also little flies around the the juice machine. We had much better hotels during our 14 night trip in Texas. Cleaning of the room was not good.

I found the management and staff to be very courteous and professional. They made our stay hassle free. The hotel was inviting and the room was spacious and clean. Props to the breakfast -Very good food. Would definitely come back!

Hot breakfast featuring eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereal and wraps to make a good breakfast burrito. Hotel is off the road which affords some privacy, but yet is close enough to any restaurant or shopping that you need. Beds/Linens/Showers/Bathrooms..everything was very clean and housekeeping was very accessible for any issues that might have arisen. I'm staying here again, any time I'm close.

We reserved 5 rooms for a graduation weekend. This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again! Kids had a fun in the pool the food was good. This was the 2nd time to stay at a Best Western Plus!

A nice place to stay close to downtown and will stay again love this hotel. The hotel crew was excellent. Was treated well. Breakfast was great. The pool area was nice and clean even though they had a big crew was kept nice.

While the hotel was average, the staff was helpful when we needed them. The breakfast was average and the rooms were adequate. We had a "small suite" which amounted to one room with a half wall between the bed and the couch. It could use some updates.

Even though the area was booked, I was lucky enough to find this hotel just had a cancellation. The staff was courteous and willing to help. When I entered the room, it was nice kept. The bed was very comfortable, and I never heard any noise. It was the best night's sleep I've had at a hotel in years.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, nice room, and nice pool. We have stayed in several hotels on OKC, this is our favorite. We have always found the staff good and helpful. We will stay here again when we return to see my family.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel The staff Erik and Jerri were wonderful and very kind and accommodating to us. They were able to answer any question we had. We expierenced no issues whatsoever during out stay at this hotel.

This was one of the best room we stay on our trip including other best western hotel. It offered outside and inside door access which is so nice coming and going, making unloading and loading a breeze. The breakfast was great like all best westerns hotels offer. great value and room was very roomy compared to other best westerns I have stayed at. bottom line way more than you expect.

The staff was very accomodating, and even though we had reservations, offered us room options on different floors when we arrived. The pool area was average, no hot tub, but served the purpose for the kids. The beds were a little harder than we like, but the rooms were quiet. This hotel is set back from the road which was nice. There was a hot breakfast of biscuits, gravy, bacon, waffles, and the regular continental breakfast items.

We were in town for the NCAA tournament and stayed here even though it was south of the arena. It really did not take long to get anywhere around OKC, so this was a great and value driven choice. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was adequate with many things to choose from and the buffet was kept stocked and clean. The surrounding area has many dining choices, so this is a good location for variety. The only negative was that the comforter is a slippery material and kept sliding off the bed during the night. Not a big deal! Fitness room had enough to get a workout in and the pool was a good size. Too chilly for my liking, but kids were in there enjoying it! The hospitality at the hotel was great and we felt very welcomed.

stayed at this hotel this week for 2 nights. Clean hotel with everything you expect from a Best Western. Hotel staff were very friendly. Clean room and done up again nicely on the stay over. Wifi worked well, 2 computers in the lobby if needed, indoor pool which my son loved. It is south of the city, and every attraction we wanted to go to was within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Felt safe in the area, would drive (though we didn't need to) any of the many restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

This was a stop on the say to visit cousins. The access was easy off the freeway, parking was great, pool was warm, but no hot tub...breakfast was ample and hot; the gravy could have used a bit more meat for the biscuits/gravy - but it was hot and tasted delicious.

After a terrible experience in Amarillo the night before, this hotel provided cleanliness and a comfort that we desperately needed while on the road. While it's location was a bit odd, not too far from a Chick-Fil-A, it felt tucked away from the highway enough where there wasn't a lot of noise. The bathroom was big and extremely well kept. The beds were comfortable but the blanket was the kind of fabric that slips off the bed in the middle of the night. The breakfast was comprehensive and in the front area which almost felt like its own little diner. Also, thank god for the pool! Perfect temp for a swim at night. All in all, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our way through town!

We really enjoyed our stay at the B.W. Barsana hotel. The night manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. We spent a lot of time in the pool! It was great! Water temp was perfect and it was clean and well maintain.

Overall this hotel is pretty average to above average. Nothing jumps off the page but nothing they do or provide would really downgrade the rating for it. I took advantage of a deal on kayak and got a room with 2 double beds for $76. Best deal you could get in OKC save going to one of those pay by the hour types. So easily a great value. Over all the hotel was very well kept and the decor was pleasant as I said everything very well put together just not extravagant. Room was well maintained and clean as well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as a quick 1 night stay or weekend stay where you don't plan to spend a bunch of time at the hotel just need a place to rest your head. Especially if you can get it at the price that I got it at.

Haven't had outstanding customer service like this in a long time! Very friendly staff, very helpful, and accommodating! The rooms were clean, and comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was hot, fresh, and lots of variety. Every staff member I walked passed, smiled, asked if I needed anything, and all were very friendly!

Clean, sharp, beautifully decorated, well lit parking, feels SAFE. Wonderful staff, great amenities, CLOSE to major roadways but not right on the frontage. Definitely get your money's worth and then some!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. My husband and I had a seminar and wanted to stay near the area. The area is quiet and has 2 other hotels around it. It also has a restaurant nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. They offer free breakfast which found very good--they include, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, milk, toast, etc. Check in was quick and easy. All the workers were friendly and professional. I found the hotel to be quiet and the beds excellent. I had a good night's sleep. We will stay here again when we return for our business.

We stayed here three nights. Check in was a breeze. Desk staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms were beautiful and super clean. Full hot delicious breakfast every morning. You cannot beat the price anywhere. Great restaurants nearby. The Garage Burger Bar & Grill within walking distance was so delicious. Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Great safe area.

Luckily we only stayed for one night. No trash bags in trash cans, had a door to outside, I personally do not feel safe that way so should not be advertised as a hotel!! The man at the counter never even got up when we asked him questions. The fixtures were old and hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in quite a while! Would not recommend

The Bet Western Barsana is pretty average, service is friendly and competent. I stay here when traveling through OKC because of the location, close to great dinning (check out "The Garage" for a great burger) and Will Rogers Airport.

Needed a last minute hotel in this area. A search here showed nice price point with good reviews. Hotel was very quiet. Beds comfortable enough and room was very clean. Check in was quick and friendly staff. Free coffee, newspaper, and usual continental breakfast was nice as well. Nice exercise room as well was a plus for me. Indoor pool looked nice but did not use. Would stay here again.

Always a pleasure staying at Best Western. When I travel I always stay at BW if close to my work location. I have never been disappointed.Always clean on comfortable. Nice breakfast for the price and the staff always pleasant to deal with. I also like reward program.

This hotel was nice. The rooms were nice and easy to maintain the temperature (we've had a few lately that ran either too hot or too cold) and the beds were comfortable. I saw a review saying the beds were hard and I prefer a hard bed so keep that in mind. The room was quiet and spacious and the shower had excellent pressure. There is what appeared to be an excellent breakfast (waffle maker!) but I didn't wake up in time for it. Convenient to the interstate and downtown, I will definitely stay here next time through OKC.

It has been a while since I have been to OKC. As usual my stay was excellant mostly because of the staff and quality of the Best Western Barsana. As long as it is my choice I will not entertain any other hotel. That includes anywhere I go. Best Western will always be my first choice and the Barsana will be my OKC choice. I really like the privacy door to the parking lot on the first floor.

Large, bright rooms, very clean and affordable. They're doing some remodeling but it didn't affect our stay at all. Jerri at the front desk was helpful and friendly when we checked in. Convenient location in safe neighborhood.

Just be prepared, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable, but everything else was fantastic. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, with a variety of foods to choose. The coffee was perfect. It was convenient.

This hotel was great, it was super clean the rooms were super trendy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely put the word out to anyone in this area that you need to stay here at least one night. Oklahoma City was very quaint and the hotel is close to tons of stuff to do!

A group of three, including myself, stayed in the OKC area for a nearby concert. The hotel was easy to find during the day and at night, and is in a great location for access to nearby stores and restaurants, as well as the major highways to explore other parts of OKC. Exterior work was being completed on the hotel and has no effect on our stay whatsoever. The front desk receptionist was kind and very informative. I used a points voucher to check in and there were no complications and took only a few minutes Our 2nd floor room (2Q Suite) was right by the elevator and vending machines, which was convenient. There was a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. The internet worked great on my laptop and was easy to connect to. Our entire stay was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well maintained hotel.I found the property to be very safe and modern. I was especially very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism shown by the GM and staff. Had a stay of a couple of nights. Nice room. The staff at the counter when I checked in gave me a quiet room on the third floor away from the elevator and I didn't hear a thing either night. The hotel is very near the airport and convenient to the interstate. Easy for travel to Tinker, Norman or the city. Breakfast was nice, with wam bacon, eggs, potatoes and make your own waffles. The overnight shift was a little harder to work with. I called in after midnight to say we were delayed to hold our room. When we showed up the next day, our reservation had been moved, but the morning crew easily sorted it out. When we checked out, again in the very early hours, he was nowhere to be found, so I finally phoned the hotel and a minute later he arrived at the desk, but was unable to print a receipt. So have patience if dealing with them in the early dark hours. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Although dogs are not allowed I have a medic alert dog that must stay with me at all times. The hotel has graciously allowed her to stay with me. The beds are very high,soft, and comfortable. The only noise was the crews doing the remodeling. They started at 7AM, lucilly I got up at 6 AM so the "noise" didn't bother me.

This is a really nice hotel located on the southwest side of Oklahoma City in a cluster of hotels situated on the I-240 bypass of downtown portion of the city. Although this is an older facility it was really clean and in very good condition for all the traffic it receives. The hotel was sold out the night we stayed but it was quiet and the internet was still fast. The room itself was very comfortable with a large big screen television, and the beds were outstanding, making for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was well stocked even though it was crowded in the lobby area. So why not a higher rating? The shower/tub handle was ready to fall off, the bathroom vent was irritatingly noisy, and there was some black mold in the tub sealant. These were all minor, but still not appropriate for the highest rating! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had a great stay at the Best Western in Oklahoma City! The lady who checked me and was very helpful and efficient. Walking into the lobby I noticed that they had an indoor pool which is always a nice touch. My room was clean and comfortable. The next morning they had a nice-looking hot breakfast but because of my diet I only had fresh fruit. I would be happy to stay here again.

This is a great place to stay the night before our flight out. Not far from Will Rogers Airport. Person at front desk was friendly when checking in. Clean room. Left too early to have their breakfast. Overall we are happy with our stay.

The young man at the front desk when we checked in was more friendly and helpful than usual, The room was nice and clean. the swimming pool was very small, but i used it. it was warm and clean. We opted to eat breakfast out due to crowd, noise, and looks of food.

The room was very clean,bed was comfortable. Pool was indoor ,, had a shower and restroom in pool area that was convenient. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast had many options , the employee working the breakfast area( Martha, I think) was really sweet. It was a bit cumbersome to get to hotel not directly off of highway. Road work on side streets getting to hotel was a small nuisance-of course not hotels fault. The hotel was kept up nicely and it was quiet at night. Also hotel had covered awning on entrance that was helpful due to raining when we checked out ,we could load suitcases and I was on crutches ,so I didn't rained on when I was getting in car :)

Can't say enough for the stay at this hotel. Everything was great. I did ask for a room on the top floor and away from the highway and it was very quiet. Beds are super comfortable and I am picky. Great location. Easy to get to. Lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful.

The motel was a bit hard to locate, but worth it as it was quiet and very peaceful. Staff and facility were excellent. Parking was close and easy. Breakfast was as good as any we encounter in travel in motels.

This hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There are alot of eating locations right by and was very centrally located for where we were all going. Pool was small but kids still had fun.
