Best Western Plus North Odessa Inn & Suites

Perfect stay. Clean, comfortable & family friendly. Also close to a lot of stores! Bathroom water pressure could use improvement but other than that we loved it. We will definitely book again when we return to Odessa!

Excellent (For a Best Western Plus)! The breakfast lady was like a welcoming mother or grandma. There was an unexpected good self-serve coffee machine that made cappuccino, expresso, latte etc, (thank god not just boring drip coffee), Texas-shaped make your own waffle station, small yogurt cups with fresh fruit strawberry/blueberries. Assorted of teas, fluffy eggs, potato wedges etc. All very tidy and neat and well replenished because of friendly breakfast lady. The hotel itself was NOT near a major I-20 freeway (perhaps only 6 minutes away) and near a quieter main busy street. I liked that the hotel was set back from the main road. Easy access to airport (11 mins) and university and newer stores/newer developed decent area of Odessa. Plenty of parking. Room tidy and bathroom the same. Good job housekeeping.Check-in person(s) and check-out person:No issues. Team seemed to take pride in their jobs at this location and customer service oriented. Also fresh apple/fruit/juice machine etc. Lots of good lighting in the parking lot at night.

This is an excellent hotel; a gem in oilfield country. It is our go to hotel when visiting family in Odessa and West Texas.The staff is always friendly and helpful. They emphasize keeping the entire hotel clean. Nice rooms and above average full breakfast. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a very nice clean new BW. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was great. The coffee latte machine was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of shopping nearby also.

No water pressure, especially in the morning. Not even enough to brush you teeth. Grime on bathroom walls next to the trash can. Remote was impossible to use. The bed and the bedding were really good. Daily maid service was a plus.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The staff are so friendly they make you feel like you are family. Have to mention 2 especially front desk afternoons, Iesha and Adela, the lady who was in charge of the full breakfast. It is a very nice breakfast, a lot to choose from and all is fresh

I am very picky about hotels. The hotel was so clean, it sparkled! This hotel exceeded all my expectations—friendly personnel, cleanliness, and a breakfast with so many hot and cold selections and individual fresh fruit cups.

All good except room lighting and attention to detail in a few other areas. Decent breakfast. Good bed. Fairly clean. Business center printer works. Pool was "closed", but with the outdoor temp it should have been open.

On our way to a wedding pick this hotel on the road. One of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed at. Clean and fresh looking. Breakfast great and the breakfast attendant was awesome! Would not hesitate to recommend.

AC units don't work, front desk had no clue on how to solve the problem and the rude manager didn't want to give me another room or a refund, on top of that I was over charged. I didn't even used the room.

The wife and I stayed here on the way back from Carlsbad Caverns. Odessa is smack in the middle of the Permian basin and if you didn't know that oil drives the local economy, you soon will. This hotel is quite new and very clean. Our room was comfortable and had an extra arm chair for sitting. The bed was comfy without being too soft. The bathroom was on the smallish side but clean and everything worked properly. Service was great. We were immediately attended to upon arrival and check in was a breeze. The standard budget box hotel free breakfast was good... we arrived close to closing time and were still able to get scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. Plenty of fresh hot coffee in the lobby. Plenty of different restaurants in the area within a 1 to 7 minute drive depending upon what you are looking for. Bottom line: I'd choose to stay here again if I ever visit Odessa.

Odessa B&W Plus was one of our most relaxing stays along with the excellent BBQ brisket and ribs at the nearby eatery! This hotel was just a new-brand building with such modern designed features we were impressed by that. Breakfast was one of the best we have eaten ever! The cappicuno coffee brewed machine was awesome and there were neat sliced hams, greasy-less bacons, and hash browns on the brunch. The server was very friendly and helpful! As for dinner, we drove to the highly-recommended BBQ eatery (about 2.5 miles from the hotel) and we ate very tasty BBQ brisket, sausages, and ribs on the picnic table - What a wonderful typical Texas dinner experience!

This Best Western is always clean easy check in and out. It is not the Motels fault that there are guest that think they have to let the doors to their rooms slam . Some guest are still sleeping when they come in late or leave early in the morning.

First night, first room not great. The A/C unit made a loud noise and wouldn't work all that well. Spoke with the Asst Gen Mgr the next morning and he got us moved to another room! I'm sorry I forgot his name, but a great guy. Breakfast was good and the attendant was quick to restock . The next 2 nights were great. Definitely will be back again!!

This facility held high the Best Western Brand. Extremely pleased. From my arrival to my departure everything was in order, your staff was very attentive and professional in the way they carried themselves.

The hotel was in a good location and was clean and the room was excellent. The only problem was they ran out of bacon and biscuits at breakfast. They told me they were getting more, but after about twenty minutes I gave up and left.

was easy to check in, room was clean, fresh & very cool as apposed to outside was over 100 degrees. The curtains were able to block all the lights from the outside street, bed was firm but not uncomfortable. Walked down & enjoyed a nice, clean eating area with all my favorite choices for breakfast & hot coffee, my type of place & will stay again I'm sure.

They were so nice! We came in late just to stay for the night. They were very accommodating and the breakfast the next morning was amazing! The woman refilling the food was very helpful and the food was a great temperature. Our room was clean and comfortable beds slept great.

The front desk lady did her job but wasn't the friendliest. Looked like she didn't enjoy her job and was there for a paycheck. The rooms were ok, they were clean. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion were barely enough to wash yourself so make sure you get 2 or 3 of each bottle when you stay there or just park your stuff. For the price, it was ok at best.

This is our second time staying at the hotel, both times were pleasant experiences. Staff greets us with courtesy and professionalism, the entire hotel looks spotlessly clean. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel with a fantastic staff eager to ensure you enjoy your stay. Large, clean room and comfortable bed. AC unit was a little loud but the weather was cool so we turned it off. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, nothing fancy but was good and filling. I have family in Odessa so this will be my hotel when I return. A great place to stay!

This is our second time staying here. The first time no issues. This time our room was dirty. One of the towels had a booger on it and there was a piece of a condom wrapper on the floor. I called front desk and they switched us rooms.

I stay in best western all the time. Well over 100 nights this year. I enjoy best western most places. This best western has decided to do away with room cleaning all together. You have to go to the front desk to exchange towles and leave trash out side your door.

It was a beautiful and comfortable stay at the Best Western plus North Odessa Inn and Suites. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was confortable. The breakfast was good it was served by a worker, I had no problem with that she was nice and friendly. The atmosphere there was very pleasant. The surrounding areas was nice. It was convenient to be around restaurants as well. I enjoyed my stay.

Awfullllllllll horrible,,......................staff was awful . No manager on site and when asked they lied . Hung up on me .charged me way to much and was rude . The rooms were not clean and only the cleaning room staff was there. They also charged my husband's card as well as mine and still have I seen a refund

Seemed like a new place or maybe newly redecorated. Beautiful, clean, and a great stay! The only drawback I could find is it's into Odessa off the freeway - a little bit of a jog, but well worth it! Would stay again.

I had always been a customer at Holiday Inn Express until a horrible stay in Wichita KS, I then decided to give Best Western a try and found the service was much better, rooms were superb and the beds very comfortable. Staff at all locations was amazing. From now on BW is my go-to place to stay.

There is no where else I would rather stay but at BEST WESTERN PLUS. They are to me number ! in all aspects of hospitality professional in the hotel business! I give 5 stars to this hotel could not ask for more!

This was the worst stay. I stayed for a family event. My room was never clean. The carpet was drenched with water from a leaky AC. I had to be moved to a different room at 12am. The staff is not friendly. Poorly operated. WILL NEVER AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECCOMEND ONE.

I assumed this was a new hotel still trying to get organized, but I learned it was nine years old. The property itself was well maintained for the most part, but we just found little issues like poor lighting and towels that were frustrating. Some employees were wonderful. Some were detached. We were not familiar with Odessa and thought it was hard to find. We called twice for directions. Both were wrong or unhelpful.

Just passing through Odessa and this was a convenient stop. Room was comfortable and I was nicely surprised by the breakfast in the downstairs area. Staff was very polite and I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable, Quick and easy early check in. All staff that we came across was very professional and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the linen smelled great. It was an overall great experience. Especially upon arrival after a very long day of flights and traveling. Front desk was exceptionally great.

Worst stay.. And never had problems in any other bestwestern. A/C, heater, and internet were not working. No maintenance crew was avaibable to fix issues. Manager did not want to refund me the money to got to another hotel. I would not reccomend this bestwestern location to anyone unless there arent any other hotels with vacancy.

Nice hotel! The water stand was beautifully set up in the guest lobby area! Breakfast selections were great not the same old breakfast line!! Rooms were nice and clean. Overall great stay here at this location!

This is an older hotel. One of the most annoying things was the bathroom door that automatically closed, which was a bit ironic since the door to the room didn't. There were a couple indications of questionable management - I got two face soaps, and no shampoo; they also sent me an email that ended "Sincerely, I'm sorry it's taken time to get back to you. As of right now I have hired candidates . . ." They just don't seem to pay attention to what they're doing, or maybe don't care all that much about what they're doing. They needed to do a better job cleaning. Staff was friendly. The AC unit in the room makes an AWFUL sound. I called the front desk and they were very nice and offered to switch rooms... but then told me they all make noise. It sounds like an alien or a heard of weird crickets chirping at the same time. And other than thinking we were going to die in the elevator...seriously ... it feels like it's falling... it jumps all around... the hotel is nice.

The hotel is well built and maintained they actually insulated the walls between rooms and between the walls in the room itself so you can get a good nights sleep. The windows where thick and insulated sound and heat from the outside well. The staff was polite and efficient and did a great job

Great customer service - I called and spoke with Daphene and she booked our room. When we arrived a little before midnight she greeted us with a huge smile and remembered that we had spoken on the phone earlier in the day. The room was clean and very nice. The breakfast was fantastic and ALL of the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. FYI....We arrived late at night and appreciated the bright lights in the parking lot. Highly Recommend!

The room was clean, the bed & pillows were comfortable, hotel staff were very knowledgeable & efficient. Breakfast had a wide assortment of quality foods. The breakfast hostess was friendly, kept the area clean & well stocked and cooked the food expertly.

Although breakfast had the usual items these were better prepared and had flavor. This property is well maintained. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel was clean and attractive. The rooms are nice and large. The wait staff was kind and attentive. I especially liked the nice lady who was working the breakfast shift. There weren't many vegan options for breakfast, but my husband enjoyed it.

I've stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time however it was subpar. The heating system was NOT working in our room and while we understand it can take awhile to heat up. It never warmed up in the upstairs area where the rooms are.

I've stayed a few times.. this is the absolute worst I've ever seen it. My room was horrible. The AC wasn't working. The bathroom was dirty and the room condition was just bad. Clearly they aren't maintaining the building. Breakfast was just ok. Won't be returning.

Made reservations over the phone, Best Western Rewards customer, reserved two nights asked desk clerk the room rate which was reasonable and normal. Called Micro Tel and cancelled my reservation at the hotel recommended by the convention I was attended as Best Western posted a stay two nights get one free. Desk clerk did not mention that the second night was going to be about twice the rate of the quoted amount and as I have never had that problem before i did not ask. Didn't even check my bill when I checked out as again I have never had that issue before. Called when I got home after checking my statement and talked to a guy who said he was Day and he could not adjust the rate back to the same rate quoted but he could reduce the rate by $45.00 and give me 2500 points. I advised that I was not happy with his solution and would not give a favorable writeup. BE SURE AND ASK RATES FOR EACH DAY IF YOU STAY MORE THAN ONE DAY IN THIS PLACE, Everything else was great as is MOST BEST WESTERN Hotels

The staff was very friendly and helpful with extra amenities that we needed. The room was very well furnished, clean and comfortable for our family of five. The continental breakfast was delicious and provided a lot of options. Also check in and out was exceptionally easy and quick.

This is definitely the nicest Best Western property I've stayed at, it's a newer property so everything is pristine and in working order. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great for a hotel in this price range. I'm in the area a lot, so I'll definitely be staying here in the future.

We chose the two room suite. Price was reasonable for the Friday-Sunday stay. The hotel is new and very clean. We did not visit the pool. The machines in the fitness center were new and functional. Nothing smelled sweaty or overused. The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect in a hotel hot breakfast -- lots of eggs (scrambled or boiled), hot cereal, a refrigerator with dairy products, and cereals. I give it five stars because the desk clerk went out of her way to help me with a small thing and the manager sent me a nice email a couple of days later thanking me for being easy to work with. Heck, they were the ones who were easy to work with. I'd stay here again just because of the personal touch.

This hotel was AWESOME IN every way my wife and I loved it,from the staff to the owner that my wife said was great and he talked to her to ask about the stay. That shows a lot that the actual owner took time out to ask about things

My first choice when i am in Midland . Good Service and no surprises. Have hot breakfast in the morning that is consistent. Hot eggs, bacon or sausage and can make a waffle if you want. Or can make SOS my only compliant is that the biscuits are not as good as you may get at say McDonalds but once you spread the gravy over it is suitable.

Very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very cordial and freindly. The atmoshpere was very clean and free of strong odors in the hallways and lobby. The bed was firm the way i like it and the room was spacious.

We were on a road trip and were exhausted and needed a clean place to stay that was reasonably priced for the area. We usually like best westerns so we booked a room here. Very clean and modern. We got a disability access room since I'm on a knee scooter and it was very spacious and easy to get around. Breakfast was great and they even had seasoned potatoes to go with the eggs! It was in a more quiet location but still close enough to stores if you needed to get something. Would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

I love this hotel! Wish I could remember the name of the lady who checked us in. I am terrible at remembering names! She was a sweetheart! She was very kind and welcoming! The room was very homey, and just perfect ! Don't really know what else to say about this hotel other than my family and I had such a wonderful time! We were very sad to leave!

Not bad at all. It's clean and it is close to some reasonable dining establishments. If you have to be in Odessa, this is an o.k. place to stay. Not much more to say, except they insist on a 200 character minimum, and I had to add this last part to meet their criteria.

Best complimentary breakfast I have ever been to. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, tortillas to make our own breakfast burrito. If we asked for anything the lady in charge was very happy to see that we got we asked her for. If you have never tipped for a complimentary, its time to start. This food is finger licking good, hands down !!!!!

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, all the hotels in this area are extremely pricey. Based on trip advisor reviews, we selected this hotel. The lady that was at the front desk when we arrived had absolutely no personality. She was not helpful at all. We had to ask when breakfast was served and when I asked what restaurants were in the area she just pointed down the road. We were surprised that since there were many hotels in the area that there would be a wide array of restaurants but that was not the case. We ended up eating at Jersey Mike's for dinner. When we entered our room there was a great deal of noise coming from the heating/AC unit. We could not turn off the unit using the remote. We went back downstairs and told the lady at the desk and she said that it was probably due to a dirty filter and gave us another room. The only complaint with the second room was that the water drained extremely slow in the sink. Normally, I would not point something like this out but since we traveled all day and paid more than double the amount for this hotel than the prior Best Western we stayed at I thought it was worth mentioning. If the breakfast was not good, my ranking would have definitely been lower. The breakfast did have a number of options and they were all good and hot.

Weekend prices are great and location is convenient to many new restaurants. Week days the prices of the hotels in the area are not very reasonable for the leisurely travelers. This hotel is always clean and friendly.

We drove from Phoenix to Ft Worth. Because of the distance we decided to stay in Odessa, TX. In reviewing properties in the area we spotted Best Western Plus North Odessa. The distance made us look forward to a nice stay in a nice facility. Even though the Hotel is distant from the Freeway the facility with its amenities of breakfast and internet made our stay worth while. The manager was available when we were ready to check out and he explained the facility was 6 years old. It looked new to us. Despite the time it took to drive from/to the freeway the facility, pleasant & friendly staff, & amenities available we will surely stay in this facility again when we are in the area.

This is really good BW. The rooms were clean and the personnel were friendly. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because of the breakfast. It was not that good at all. I did only give it one chance on day one and went out for breakfast the rest of the week. Could've just been a bad day....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were welcomed right away when we walked in the door. Room was very nice and exceptionally clean. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Close to several good eating places also. No complaints.

central located hotel at a good rate with quality service. Traveling to midland and Land Rigs located near or around the area. Best Western is always my choice if priced within my companies budget and this stop was and I enjoyed the stay. Plan to use on future trips to the area.

Have stayed all over the US in BW hotels, this location tops all of them, the customer service at all points was top notch, the facilities and room were exceptional. Mischa and Gary made the stay even better by showing they actually care about the guests. 5 Stars is an understatement

It's best to be somewhere welcoming while you are away from home. I love this best western in Odessa. Everyone is extremely helpful and it is located right in the middle of some of the best restaurants.

West texas oil field town full of oil field traffic, and very smelly gas in air.Beware pardons with risprotory problems. The hotel and staff was very nice and location was ok. For this area of west texas the prices are well inflated.

My overall stay was amazing. Thank you to Talia she was very very nice and helpful. I will be coming back. I was a little sad that the pool was closed but that's ok next time. The breakfast was amazing.

Great place to stay if you're in the Odessa area. It's super clean, room and bed were comfortable and clean. Our room was very large and had a microwave and frig. The breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, oatmeal, coffee, juices, fruit, cereal, and much more on their menu. The only downside was the blue light on the a/c in the room. It lit up the whole room and gave off a blue glow all night, despite our efforts trying to cover it with towels. Maybe a large band-aid would have worked lol Other than that it comes highly recommended.

I stayed that this hotel over the weekend and the room rate was just right amount for what they charge me . The hotel staff are very friendly and make you feel like your are part of the family. They told me where to go for best restaurants in the area for a great meal. What I really found with this place is that it's very clean inside and outside and very well light parking lot which gave me a sense that this place is save for you and your car . I would definitely stay at this hotel again ??

Omg! First and foremost, the people were so nice and friendly! This trip was a work load drop off for my husband to deliver in Odessa, so our two boys and I tagged along. The hotel was one of the best hotels I've stayed in since Disney World and the breakfast reminded me of a Sunday bunch at Grandma's! I had nothing absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff. Living in Houston you experience quite a few glamorous places but this Best Westen made you never won't to leave because it was heaven I meant home away from home! Oh! I talked so much about how I felt, I forgot to tell you details! Full delicious breakfast, friendly staff, very very clean did I mention VERY and in the heart of local faves!

This was an extremely important visit, this best western was so great making room for me!! I highly recommend this location to all oil companies for all employees. The room will be cleaned every day no problems at all.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and service at this hotel. The place looked and smelled very clean. The rooms were clean too. Breakfast was decent, but not outstanding. The bacon was soggy. The oatmeal was swimming in a pool of butter or grease. The potatoes were very spicy, but otherwise good. Had a little trouble getting the A/C remote or unit to work, but once working it was fine. The reason I put the value as terrible is not due to the hotel itself, but rather the prices the market will bear in Odessa-Midland Texas. Our suite was $389.99 a night. This was most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in. It is because of supply and demand in this Oil boom town. Hotel rooms are in short supply and what should be about a $100 a night room goes for nearly four times that amount. All other hotels we priced in the area are doing the same exorbitant pricing.

Had a bad odor in room. .. paid with points and was over charged and that wasn't even the problem. When I called to tell them the girl told me I wasn't and there was nothing she could do. When I asked her if she didn't know she hung up on me. I would not recommended staying here very unprofessional staff.

I really wasn't excited about going to Odessa but I will say, Greg Kelly and his staff made me feel right at home. I will only be staying here from here on out. Great job guys. Definitely a 5 star in my books. Thanks again Greg!

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is better than most comparable hotels, but would like more options for dairy and gluten free. The beds were comfortable. I would like to see more tv options. Hotel rates in the area re very inflated right now, so you pay more than you would normally for this style of hotel.

One night stay to watch our daughter play a college softball game. The staff up front was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is updated, clean and the rooms are a good size. Breakfast was good enough to do the trick. We'd stay again.

I follow my fiancé and the oilfield, we stay in hotels ALOT. We stayed in this best western for a little over a month and I didn't have one complaint. The breakfast was always delicious, anytime I eat at a hotel I almost always think “not as good as best western in Odessa”. We got to know the staff and they were always so kind and helpful, always greeted and said goodbye as we left. It's also quite in the hotel (except for the usual mornings of going to work, which is expected) but during the day and evening it's quite and relaxing!

I liked this hotel, great clean new rooms, good breakfast, great people to deal with. I recommend Best Western Plus in Odessa and like brand Best Western, in USA, Canada, EU, Middle East I used, never disappointing me and my family traveling for pleasure or for business.

Gary Kelly was very helpful with all of my needs. Awesome guy! The staff was great. I will only be using this place during my business travels. It was my first time in the area and Mr. kelly helped me find restaurants, etc. this place is well worth the money. I will be sending all of my employees here as well.

I am a singer/songwriter and I stayed here to get away from life for a bit. During my stay I wrote a new song. When I was checking out Monica and Gary listened as I played my new song, and some other folks stopped by to listen too. A member of the housekeeping staff also gave me a good review. So I love this hotel. It is by far the best lodging in Odessa with clean rooms, a great breakfast, and friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay, you folks are awesome. I will definitely be back.

Great motel and staff price was steep just because of the demand in the area. I enjoyed my stay and made it nice when so far away from home people we quiet in the rooms and was able to sleep i look forward to staying in future

It's refreshing to check in to a clean hotel that treats you like family. I travel 200+ nights a year and BW plus Odessa is my absolute most comfortable stay. Raji the owner makes sure everyone feels welcome and happy. Vanessa at front desk goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

New and beautiful ....the decor is gorgeous! lovely breakfast room with wonderful presentation of food. located walking distance from a variety of very nice restaurants. very comfortable and well- priced...definitely the loveliest Best Western we have visited.

There are other hotels right next to this one and in area that are much nicer. The beds are uncomfortable, employee at front desk was rude and breakfast was dried out sausage and gross looking green eggs. Toiletries are poor quality.

This hotel is and has always been a great place to stay. It is the only one in Odessa I will stay at and recommend. Raji and his staff are the most helpful and courteous people i have had the opportunity to deal with!

When checking in for a family wedding, our room with 2 queen beds had been given to someone else. The hotel was sold out and there were no others available. The front desk was able to accommodate us in a king suite for our 5 day stay. We were thrilled! Every single person was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

From the street, you approach the hotel from the back side. But the front will wow you! Our room was a King standard but it was most roomy. There were lots of towels but a few had seen their better days. The cookies at the front desk were very large and when we came back from dinner were invited to take a few for later on. Breakfast was standard fare except for the waffles --- they are in the shape of the State of Texas! cute! Pricing for AARP was good Room was clean. WE have not stayed in a BW for some years and were most impressed. If you read my review ,please give it a thumbs up. Thanks There is a McAlisters with in a 2 minute walk from the hotel in the little shopping center and it is a good place to eat.

The heat was not working and the maintenance man could not fix it. When I asked for another room, I was told the hotel was sold out. The desk clerk said another room might become available later if someone did not show up to claim their room, but it would have been too late to start packing and moving to another room.

This was the third time we had stayed here and have always been pleased with the service and cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is always fresh and many choices to choose from.

Unfortunately we lost a good friend and had to travel to Odessa and stay for two nights. We rented 2 rooms as our daughter and two grandchildren were staying also. The staff was very helpful and we were able to use points for one of the nights. The pool was perfect for the grandkids and made the trip a mini family time to deter from the purpose of our stay. The hotel was very clean, our rooms were wonderful. The staff even let us sneak in for breakfast a little late while they were cleaning up.

West Texas - A very nice hotel and close to food and shopping. Clean hotel with a great staff who are always ready to assist. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Easy drive to a number of restaurants and shopping mall.

Convenient location between Odessa and Midland close to UTPB and Midland's Grande Sports Complex. Meticulously clean and very quiet...beautiful pool area with splash pool for the little ones. Outstanding free breakfast buffet. Efficient check-in and check-out process LOTS of smiling faces!!

i have been on assignment in the midland/odessa area of and on for four years now. one thing about this place is that it is consistently professional good internet, warm breakfast, clean and safe. what else coulkd you want? i jhave never been dealt any problems or reasons to even look at another hotel.

the lobby and halls were hot and muggy. My room was damp and humid. Will not stay here again. There are too many other hotels in the area. I will be traveling to the Odessa Area quite a bit in the next few months but plan to stay somewhere else. Thanks MM

I never write reviews, but if you want clean room, nice breakfast, and very decent folks stay here. One thing about Odessa, it is hot, hot, hot. But the BW is totally kool!!! You will not regret staying at this one.

The only bad expirence at this hotel was the employee gave a disgruntled sigh while I was helping my child get his breakfast. It wasn't directed at us but someone behind us. The rest of the hotel staff were very friendly. The price might've seemed a little steep but for the room wa got compared to other hotels in the area it was a steal. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a cut above most Best Western's. The breakfast was fresh and the area very clean. The rooms are nice and you can actually sleep on the bed. We did not use the pool but it was clean and inviting. The fitness room was clean with the usual machines. The internet was actually semi-fast.

we were planning to stay in another city, but were unable to make that happen. we happened to find this hotel. very nice stay and great service. when we travel that direction we will use this hotel if possible.

Beautiful location. Spacious room. Comfortable queen size bed with 4 pillows. Breakfast waffles, toppings, bacon, ham, hash browns, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, donuts, coffee center. Tipping was expected. There was a jar on the counter.

This is a brand new hotel, wonderful accommodations for a 9min drive from interstate, well worth the detour. They even went found son's stuffed animal and mailed it back to our home. Breakfast was so good and the pillows were awesome.

I personally didn't get to stay here, I did have a reservation with them but some how they were over booked and could not give me a room I was a little upset but the lady working the front desk was AMAZING she went above and beyond for me she made sure I would have a room else where , she even paid for my transportation her kindness towards me was wonderful , next time I'm in town I will DEFINITELY be staying here and looking forward to it, THANK YOU VANESSA!!!

Our room was not cleaned or made up. When asked about it, they reply was that they were short staffed and just handed us more towels. A light was out in the bathroom and the kleenex box was empty- the staff should have caught that prior to check- in. On a positive note, the breakfast is great and they staff was very friendly.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here & it is very nice & very quite. We always request ground floor & closest to lobby. We got a large suite in place of 2 double beds. Even though it is quite pricey, all the hotels in Odessa are expensive due to the oil boom economy. We are best western members & each stay gets points.

I have traveled a minimal of ten years out of the last 30 for business. I can honestly rate this as overall the best experience ever. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained.... no worn or shabbiness whatsoever, I absolutely take a deep breathe when I walk into my room and turn the lock to the world. Its peaceful. In the morning when I wake, and have my coffee.... I descend upon what is absolutely.... no question... no guess.... BEST HOT BREAKFAST BUFFET EVER!!!! You name it, its on the buffet line... from fresh fruit cups, yogurts, biscuits&gravey scrambled eggs, two meat choices, waffles, tortillias, hash browns, and so much more I can't even begin to list. This is all the work of a lovely woman named Janice who puts as much love and care into her food as she would if she were serving you in her own home. But what truly gives this place a lustre.... and sparkle... placing it above all the rest is the staff. Polite... courteous.... no request too small or too big.... and the feeling they are genuinely glad you're here. Now this review makes me seem like a relatively easy to get along with.. happy individual. I am not. In fact I have rather high and most often as not standards which are hard to meet.... much less maintain. I do not praise often but when I do its honest and on point. These folks are the genuine article. Quality at its highest... You'd be hard put to find a greater value for your money.

I spent 4 nights at Best Western in Odessa,Texas while working in the area and this was one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. Everything from staff,to clean rooms comfortable beds, great breakfast and great location to anything you need. Highly reccomend this motel.

I always stay here. The reason why is the employees and owners. I always get the best service when in town on business. They even helped me jump start my truck when I was leaving. I will definitely be back.

I stayed hear in February not a bad deal for Odessa plus we get a great corporate rate. Decided to book again tonight and was told by the first person that answered that they had no rooms (lies). I always check my corporate site before calling in a reservation. Called back and talked to a very uncouth individual name Erica that lied again and said I could only book online. She became argumentative once I called her out on her lies. Integrity is not a word this staff knows.

Pretty new motel, and very nice, clean, comfortable. King size bed room very spacious. Quiet experience. The breakfast was very good -- eggs, ham/bacon, sausage, potato dish, breads, bagels, fruit cups, yogurt, waffle maker, cereals, juice, coffee (including decaf). Cook and housekeeping staff extremely friendly. Front desk staff pleasant. Wireless internet worked great (for your own security, make sure to connect to the correct network, even if they are named what you might expect). Would definitely stay again. Note that Mapquest directions are incorrect coming in on I20 from the east. Taking the 338 loop north off I20, turn east on 191, and then take Billy Hext turnoff. Tres Hermanas is off Billy Hext. Google maps has it correct. Had a great steak supper at Saltgrass Steak House, right around the corner.

We stayed here to catch a concert. Very nice and clean place. The rooms are basic. But the AC doesn't play! It will freeze you to death! Lol The staff was so nice and helpful! They had a little pantry in the lobby that was very convenient. Location was great for are needs being only a few miles from venue and surrounded by great restaurants options. We enjoyed their breakfast before hitting the road and it was great! I would recommend this hotel!

An unexpected trip to Odessa Texas required a hotel stay last minute. Upon looking at trip advisor I found this Best Western to be the top rated hotels in Odessa. Concerning the fact that it was the weekend following Thanksgiving, I was fearful to find out how much hotels would be running. To my shock I paid a very reasonable price for staying a Friday and Saturday night following Thanksgiving. The decor and pictures looked promising. Upon arrival after midnight, I check in and my room is very clean and smells fresh. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything seem to be very clean. One amazing impression was whatever they use to clean the floors, it did not leave a nasty film. One thing I cannot stand is being in my socks or even shoes for that matter and feeling like I'm stepping on the floor that has a small film that leaves a mark. They did have a good breakfast that contained eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins and of course juice. One thing I loved about the breakfast was the eggs weren't runny and appeared to be fresh scrambled eggs vs power eggs. I truly really had no complaints about this hotel, I definitely know that I will be having to make future trips to Odessa and I will most definitely be staying here

Bait and switch. Quote you one price, charge another. Charge card then hand you bill. Then tell you the card has already been charged and only manager can look into it. Never hear from manager, even though promised by front desk clerk.

This hotel is relatively new, and was in a good location. My only complaint is the placement of the mini-split aircon directly on the sofa in my room. You simply could not sit on the sofa without it blowing directly on you. I tried adjusting it to no avail. Certainly not a huge issue, but could have been designed better. Hotel is close to new restaurants being built, so in the future that will be a plus for dinner. Breakfast was as one would expect, fairly standard. Staff was nice, grounds were clean. Would stay there again for sure.

We were excited to stay at a rather new place in Odessa. We never have been happy since The Elegante became so tacky. Like the new area where it is, nice restaurants and good new area. The owner/son/wife were really lovely and when we came we were very happy with our reception. The King Suite was nice on the first floor. But, we were disappointed that our room was not made up on the first day were were there. They said our DO NOT DISTURB SIGN was on the door, but it wasn't when we left at 11:30 am. The cleaning staff leaves at 2p, so I guess they just forgot and wanted to leave early. So, that made things a little disappointing. In addition the sheets are very gauzy just like all (most) motels. They need more thread count. I could not sleep. And they don't, like so many motels and some hotels, change the covers and bed spread between visitors. They do put clean sheets on around the not cleaned cover, but that doesn't make it for me! And they don't wash the bedspread between guests either. That is not acceptable to me. I cannot relax if I am worrying about not letting the cover touch my face and have to take the bedspread off. The blanket was very thin between the gauzy sheets. They seem to be more interested in the oil field workers. They leave early and don't need to have their sheets changed daily. They let us know that. Well, I don't care about them, I am me. I care about the environment, but if i am away from home, I want to have special treatment and not reuse sheets and towels. They do have a lot of breakfast items and a very nice dining area. They do try for the most part, but they can really do better.

We enjoyed our stay overall -- hotel is new and beds are comfortable, the free breakfast is decent. They have a few family rooms that are perfect and spacious. However, the AC is a system I have never seen before and no matter how hard we tried to adjust the system according to the directions, we were still freezing to the point that I had a headache both nights -- the boys in the family loved it. The staff is very nice and friendly and check-in is quick. However, both times we stayed at the hotel we were charged more for our room even though the system showed a cheaper price -- and we were told it would be corrected when the manager came in later that day. It took several calls to get the difference refunded so we won't stay there again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Did not have any issues during my stay but obtaining a receipt for my expenses afterward was disappointing. I was treated as if my request was unimportant since they had already gotten my money. Had to call three times in order to get them to email the receipt I needed.

The staff at this motel must be among the most pleasant and accommodating I have ever encountered. This was true of everybody I encountered, from the desk clerks to the breakfast host, maids and handymen. The rooms are not plush (e.g. starter-home quality faucet on sink) but are thoroughly adequate (e.g. plenty of good towels). The main issue I had was trying to figure out the remote control for the L/G A/C. There is an English language guide on the wall, but it is very sketchy. It made for a very chilly night. On the good side, the A/C noise level was low and reasonably even, with no noise from other rooms. The beds were firm and the breakfast buffet all that I would wish for, with scrambled eggs and two choices of meats. The price was quite reasonable and the location ideal for our needs. Well done.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was pleased. Staff is friendly and helpful. i was disappointed with breakfast this time. Very little eggs and very little milk. Told the female attendant and she said ok. Ended up having a glass of juice and a muffin.

The room still had the new smell. Opened the window to air it out. My wife has had a back ache for several weeks but by the second night here the pain was gone. The facility is new and clean. It is located on the main drag that has all the major stores and restaurants. The exterior color scheme is strange and makes it show up for miles around.

One night stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was a little loud. Room had a weird chemical smell. Someone urinated in one of the elevators. Stay classy Odessa. Thank goodness there were two. Breakfast was meh. Dry and pretty bland. Not the worst place I've stayed in visiting Odessa. Price was reasonable but I would probably not stay again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was great, they were friendly,helpful. the rooms were clean, quite, and comfortable.they have the best breakfast we have had at a hotel. the whole place was very nice and clean, and was located on the out skits of town but still close enough to be convenient.

We have had the good fortune of staying here for more than a few days , and beside the great rooms , modern decour and best breakfasts in town , it's the staff that has made us feel at home and always willing to help and make shure things are good with us . would recomend again and will be back anytime we are in Odessa thanks so much to all the staff on keeping this a first rate hotel , pride in ownership is very apparent. Stayed here in June of this year. Very impressed. Had some room issues this time that were unacceptable but desk clerk was very apologetic and moved me to an upgraded room. Much better and back to last trip's standards. Anytime I come to Odessa I will stay here.

First, the Internet service is pretty bad, even on the first floor. ADA rooms are not ADA compliant. Roll in shower provided but door to restroom closes automatically on a spring, making it difficult for mobility. In addition, bed is so high off the ground, those with mobility/transfer issues have to be lifted. Now, breakfast is good, but they support the practice of the breakfast staff asking for tips. In addition, there is a tip jar on the counter. People during the breakfast were putting money in the jar out of guilt because staff was standing next to it. Did the person greet us? No. Did the person offer to help make our waffles? No. Did the person offer to take items to our table? No. Did the person offer us coffee or juice? No. Did the person even clean up the table or check back? No. Tips are a gift, not a requirement, and when a tip is EARNED, it's given. I don't need a money jar to remind me, nor do I need staff following me out the door to wish me a nice day. I can't believe they allow this practice. I'm not going to tip someone for expecting a tip. If someone is truly earning a tip, they don't need a jar--customers are happy to hand it to them personally, as I did at a Best Western in California, for exemplary service! Don't get me wrong, the property is a nice, new property, but there needs to be some changes to make it a great experience. Do not use GPS to get directions as the street is not yet recognized. Call the front desk for directions.

Beautiful hotel, great beds, excellent service and staff. You have to try this one out. The breakfast was top notch. Cleaning staff were friendly and all staff smile and seem to be very happy to work there. The hotel is around three years old and has special locks on the door to avoid unwanted entry. It is excellent.

What made our stay was that what could have been a bad experience the staff went beyond their regular jobs. This was a quite trip to Odessa, one night, and then back home. I couldn't book online so I called. The woman I spoke with was most helpful and after a brief delay gave us an additional discount. The night we were there a severe storm moved through, knocking out the elevator and wifi. In the morning we found a note under the door explaining the situation and giving helpful information. The breakfast was way beyond what we'd expected.

If you read about my trip last week to Galveston, you know I was pretty disappointed with the BW Plus there. This hotel completely made up for it. Super clean. Very modern. Great breakfast. Nice staff. I was really happy with the stay this time around.

We stayed here two years ago when it was pretty new and we were in the area again so thought we would stay here. It's on the edge of the town so you do have to drive to get to resturants but this also means it is quiet. The room is very spacious, but the bathroom is only average - big enough though. The bed and pillows were comfy. The air con (LG wall one rather than under the window) was one of the quietest we have ever had in a hotel room. I remember last time it was interesting how to work out the instructions but now the instructions are on the wall nearby. The cleanliness was OK - there were a few marks on the walls and splashes up the side of the bed (and someone will be missing a small toy dinosaur that was under the valance at the end of the bed!). The staff we came across were all very friendly and helpful too. We didn't have time to get breakfast or use the pool - the pool was an outdoor one with comfy chairs around it - looked inviting!

I wanted to stay only 1 night in the Best Western Plus in Odessa, decided then to stay a second night, because I felt so well there. Rooms are great, fast internet, the whole hotel is new - staff is friendly. I also used the small pool putside, it was a nice and refreshing place. I can absolutely recommend to stay there!

We were in Odessa to attend my uncle"s funeral. We had traveled 10 hours and were both physically and mentally wore out. Our check in was very fast and friendly. Our room was very nice and plenty of space. The Best Western Plus North Odessa Inn & Suites, in Odessa, Texas was the first hotel we have stayed in that it was quiet and you did not hear stuff going on in the next rooms.

When I travel to Odessa, I stay at this Best Western. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. They have a good fitness center and it is convenient to everything. The breakfast is always good with a wide variety.

Very good staff and good AC in the room. The manager made sure that our company's employees are handled well. I slept very well and I love that the work out room has its own AC that you can control! The hotel's location is ideally suited to many things locally.

I found this hotel to be a great value and appears to be new. Everything was clean. The only complaint I have is the bright blue light from the heater/AC wall unit. I merely hung the bed covering over it to block it out.

Very clean, spacious room. The hotel was virtually empty and very quiet. Couple of good places to eat nearby. Free breakfast which was more than adequate. Very nice lady in the breakfast area. No hassles. Just a few minutes off I 20.

I came home after a long day of work to some fairly horrific plumbing issues in my RV. It was March Madness and I was looking forward to chilling and watching some B-ball. NOT VERY HAPPY!! I shopped around and saw the BWP on 191 had high ratings and what seemed legitimate good reviews. When I drove up I was pleasantly surprised at how new the hotel is. The lobby is very clean and modern (there is actually a wall full of water and bubbles bubbling up to the ceiling - like something you would see in Miami Beach or Las Vegas) and the hotel hostess, Misha, pleasantly greeted me. I was on the phone with my wife trying to get a good online deal - priceline, kayak etc. Misha immediately told me that she would honor any deal that she could find on Priceline.com. With only a couple of minutes of surfing the net, I had my online price and was very satisfied! Misha was extremely nice/easy to work with. The room was impeccably clean and practically brand-new. Nice funiture, great tv, amazing cooling system, and a luxurious freakin bed! I took a shower, turned on the tube, ordered a pizza and enjoyed an easy evening of college basketball. PLUS I got a great AND QUIET night's sleep. The next morning, I had a free hot breakfast and was off to work. NOT ONE SINGLE THING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Their reviews are well-earned, and legitimate!!

Newer and very clean enjoyable place to stay. Helpful staff, quiet restful night. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Our room was upgraded to a suite when we checked in because they didn't have what we requested when making reservation.

We went to Odessa for my sons weeding and stay @ Best Western Plus. It was very nice/-new/clean rooms, cheerful and friendly staff., smooth check in and out(no drama!!). Wood highly recommend to everyone.

Three room was clean, the front desk was amazing. The morning breakfast was always fresh and a variety. The hotel was very clean and quite,it was close to a wide range of restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I would stay here again, if my jib brings me back.

This hotel was much more than I expected. The decor and design is beautifully modern and the hotel itself is very clean. The room had high ceilings and was much larger than other hotels I've stayed in. The staff was courteous and kind and the lady in the kitchen for breakfast was very accommodating and sweet. This hotel has definitely changed my opinion of best westerns. Will be back on my next trip to the area.

The place is new, clean, and comfortable, however, I was appalled when accosted by the dining staff who rudely announced, " This is for hotel guests!" I told her I was a guest and I proceeded to get coffee. She never even apologized (or at least smiled), she only shouted over to me as I was leaving, Breakfast is over at 7:30!" In all my 50+ years, I'd never been treated so rudely by a hotel staff member. It was about 7:15 and we were the only 2 in the area at the time so I suppose she knew she could be rude and get away with it. May I suggest that next time if she's in doubt, that she hopefully ask someone whether or not they are a guest of the hotel. And another thing, once she realized I was a guest, she should have apologized. Of course that never happened. I also let the clerk know what happened when I was checking out and she said they were used to free loading men there for meetings. Still not the answer that I was hoping for. How about taking some responsibility instead of making excuses. I realize the place is highly rated because it's new and nice, however with a decline in customer service and that aging of the facility the ratings will go down.

On a road trip from Texas to New Mexico and then came the Goliath blizzard of 2015. They had rooms available and we stayed overnight. The staff was exceptional. They recommended a deli right in front of the hotel in the middle of the afternoon but recommended we go then because they were closing early like the rest of the town. Very accommodating. Breakfast was good but they were out of waffle mix. Bummer. But I was warm and not in a snowbank on the side of the highway freezing to death so I forgive them! Very clean. Highly recommend!

I was traveling across country with my in-laws. We were planning on staying in Big Spring but decided to stop early for the night. I used my AAA book and found this hotel had high reviews. Even though we did not have a reservation Misha was very understanding of our unique situation and made sure we had a room with a private bedroom for my father-in-law at a very reasonable price.

I visit Odessa/Midand on a regular basis for a week or two at a time, and this is my hotel of choice!! The hotel is very clean and welcoming and the customer service is excellent. Every employee that I have met at this hotel has smile on their face and is willing to assist in any way. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is very good and more extensive than the usual cereal and pastries. In addition, we rent the meeting room to use for training purposes for the weeks I am staying, and it includes the little extras that make offsite training easier including a flat screen for projection, large white board, small fridge, and microwave. It makes for a very comfortable and welcoming environment for our trainees

Our room 413 was spacious, with a refrigerator but no freezer, a comfortable padded chair and a disk with a roll type chair. There was ample storage space and the shower had a grab bar. A guest coin-op laundry was located on each floor. Breakfast was extensive, with a good selection of hot and cold foods, including two kinds of bakery muffins and fresh fruit cups, a better breakfast than we've had at most chain hotels. The next day's breakfast had four different hot items. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel and room were attractively decorated.

Excellent customer service starting with the front clerk, housekeeping and kitchen staff. Hotel is very clean, spacious and the décor is to die for. I love the nice calmly warm color use in the rooms.

I had a great experience here, and would recommend to anyone. Everyone was friendly, and they have free breakfast every morning. They also have a weight room, and an outside pool. Overall I had a great stay.

They had a room available when I did not pre book a room. I did not what to go to a different hotel because I have stayed here before and it was in the location I needed to be at. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Midland Odessa Thank you

We asked for a room on the ground floor and ended up on the 3rd floor near the elevator. The lady said the first floor was booked up and there were 3 cars in the parking lot. We checking in at almost 6 PM on a Sunday night. The hotel was clean and looked relatively new. However it was off of the beaten path a bit compared to some of the other hotels on I-20. The room had an order of fresh carpet (a chemical smell) you get used to it rather quickly though. The wi-fi is terribly slow and not much fun to wait for stuff to download. The customer service is lacking in this place, very much so... The bed was somewhat comfortable and I didn't have a sore back in the morning. The shower head was at a great height and the water pressure was fairly good. The place looked new or newly remodeled. It is close to about a handful of restaurants, but if you use the frontage road you go out down one side and have to find a hole in the freeway to get back going the other way. There is however, a road out behind the hotel that you can use to get to and from restaurants and local stores.

Once again my stay at this Best Western was great. At check in Ms Misty was an absolute delight & fun to meet. She was so upbeat & had a smile the whole time. This is an example of the great people that Ms Melissa hires. Everybody is so accommodating.

Fantastic staff at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that Ms Janice serves is one of the best from any hotel. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Odessa area.

I stay in midland/Odessa every Tuesday night while servicing my existing customers and looking for new opportunities in the area. this operation is very dependable and consistent, meaning it's one less thing I need to worry about. the staff is friendly and willing t help with anything and everything. Allison at the front desk is very professional and helpful. Raji has built a very customer-oriented staff reflecting clean and professional values. even the bonus breakfast is worth the admission.

We were in town for a concert at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center and stayed the night at this hotel. It's as nice or better than any Hyatt Place or Hilton Garden Inn we have stayed at. Cookies at the front desk, coffee always on and a great staff. The dinning area was nice and the breakfast was better than any continental breakfast we have had at a hotel. Clean large room. Great location.

Booked into Best Western Plus North Odessa while traveling through Texas on way to visit family. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Service was very good. The breakfast attendant even cooked boiled eggs especially for one guest when she couldn't eat the regular fare. I was impressed!

One of the best hotel I ever stay at. I would stay here again. Great staff. Great room, great breakfast. Great location What else can I but great stay. Why some where else. The stay was great. What else I can say.

After a 14 hour day of travel and work I walked in about 7 pm to check in and was treated to Dominoes pizza in the dinning area. That was unexpected and kept me from having to get out and about again. Thank you

Do not stay here if you NEED uninterrupted internet service. Other than that my stay was perfect. Staff went about and beyond and could not have been more helpful. Everything was just great except as noted above.

Clean, modern, well kept hotel; attentive staff, well-stocked hot breakfast, easy parking, good food close by, less than 10 minutes to the airport, good coffee set-up, fair pricing, convenient business center.

I booked this hotel for work travel and was very satisfied. Great value and location. The front desk ladies remembered names and were very welcoming. I left a night early because business was finished sooner than expected and they were very helpful. I noticed they were very pleasant and helpful with all the guests that came in. I would definitely stay here again; no doubt.

Very clean and conveniently located hotel. Located in East Odessa right off the highway. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and some retail businesses close by. The hotel rate included a daily full breakfast. The pool was clean and inviting. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure, with or without family.
