Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel

Hotel was fine and clean and the breakfast was great!!!! Adelina was working that area and she is wonderful!!!!! She had a great variety of items available to eat !! The coffee selection was great with two machines available for people to chose from!!!

Front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Stayed one night before taking a flight to Mexico and stayed one night upon my return. The shuttle service was great and timely. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was also served. Nice variety.

Adelita in the complimentary breakfast area is phenomenal! I have never been big on breakfast, but when it's done with love, you can taste it!!!!! Her friendliness was so great it made me want to extend my stay for another few days ! Give her a raise !!!!!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy access from the highway. Breakfast was good. Check-In and check out was quick and efficient. We checked into the hotel before arrival via the Internet so minimum time was spent at the front counter. Adelita in the breakfast room was very helpful and kept the area clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very quiet and clean. Shuttle to airport. Easy access downtown or to Opry. Noise doesn't carry through the walls. Beds are so comfy! Breakfast was excellent and Adelita went way “above and beyond” to make sure we enjoyed a complete and generous breakfast. High praise for her.

Unfortunately I didn't check when breakfast closed. I came down with my friends and realized it had just closed. My friends and I didn't have much time to find other food because we had to leave soon to continue our band tour. Adelita saw us walk into the breakfast area as she was putting the food away. She quickly got everything back out and she even made me a waffle. She was so kind and sweet and saved our group!

The hotel was very neat, both in the rooms and out. The decorations inside the hotel are very nice and create a very pleasant environment, and the rooms were very neat and clean. The breakfast was great, and the chef, Adelita, was a very nice woman

Great breakfast hosted by Adelita! She was friendly and the food was very good. She made our morning. Hotel was clean and convenient to get to broadway and all the attractions. We were hesitant to be outside of downtown, but turned out excellent! Ubers were easy to find and affordable.

The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Adelite is an amazing cook with an amazing heart for what she does, also those coffee machines were nice. The room quality was very pleasing and comfortable beds! The staff were very respectful and made sure our stay was high quality

Not only was everything very affordable them from the moment of walking in customer service to walk into the room. What absolutely completed the experience was the complementary breakfast and the sweetest attendant “Adelita” just put a smile on my face. How just attended and made everybody happy in a moments time it was impressive. Any facility can decorate a room and get comfortable pillows, but staff puts the icing on the cake.

Check in was very friendly. Room price is excellent with free breakfast!!! Room was really clean and comfortable, breakfast selection was very good. The breakfast lady, Adelita, took to another level. We could tell she was happy to be helping everyone. She was very friendly and nice.Great place!! 2 miles from the airport.

The area was good, next to the airport. This Best Western had Great service, cleanliness was good, Adelita was giving good customer, during breakfast time. It was a great selection to pick from. Will be coming back. Overall staff was nice helpful.

We loved our stay! We have just finished a cross country move that included over 3 wks in hotels as we waited on our home to be ready. We have stayed at 4 diff large chains and have this stay has been by far the best. The beds are comfy, the pillows are fluffy, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it's CLEAN, and the breakfast is one of the best free hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Adelita was a pleasure and made sure we left full and happy. A great stay and start to our final journey picking up our kiddos from their grandparents and headed to our new home!

The breakfast service was awesome and breakfast attended Adelita was attentive and courteous. It was one of the best complimentary breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The front desk clerks were nice and helpful.

Reshma who checked me in was a breath of fresh air for my week she was super helpful and got me squared away nicely room was clean and smelled good I think that this the best Beat western I stayed in thus Far will absolutely come Again and stay here if I am back in Nashville

Unsafe!!!! 12-15 cars had windows smashed in, I called front desk they called cops 30 min later cops arrived and criminals left 5 min before!!! If there continues to be no security there to not stay there it's been a constant problem for the hotel, wondering if they have inside informant to let criminals know when police are coming, odd they missed them by 3-5 min

5 stars for hotel. Adelita served well in the hotel canteen. Breakfast is substantial. I liked here very much. It is clean. The rooms are cosy. We had a good rest there. There is a nice pool there. Children liked to swim there. There was also a gym.

This hotel was everything I wanted for my trip to Nashville. The staff were all reall friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I don't always sleep very well when I'm away from home, but I slept soundly here! The breakfast is pretty standard and perfectly acceptable. I didn't use the gym or he pool, but they looked clean and well kept, and I saw plenty of other guests using them. It's not downtown, but it's easy to get there and not too expensive. I would definitely recommend this place!

Adeleta who assisted us and everyone else in the breakfast area at breakfast with great easy and provided us 5 Star service. The breakfast area was very busy and she handled it like a pro. Best western is lucky to have such a wonderful employee working for the hotel

Adelita gave great service, the food was delicious and the beds were very neat. Paintings/decoration is so pretty and cool. Whenever there's a mess, staff cleans it up almost immediately and thoroughly. Although the pool isn't too deep, it's still very refreshing to relax in! Would come here again!!

the sheets smelt and felt clean, great service when it came to needing assistance, the room smelt fresh, we had plenty of towels and things to keep clean with, and the snacks at the front desk were very easy to access when we needed something to snack on or having something to get right there instead of the store.

I arrived at the hotel and the hotel room was so clean and so nice. My towels were folded in the swans and then I got cookies from the front desk and they were so warm. They tasted like my moms nice desk worker gave us good information on where to eat that night, but the absolute best was Adelita the breakfast host she was the best

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight and used the Airport shuttle and hotel parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle service was prompt with no issues. Rooms were clean. No complaints. Would stay and use the shuttle/parking service again. Tahjmoy at he front desk was very friendly!

This hotel was great! This the 4th BW (the third BW Plus) we've stayed at during our trip and it was by far the best. The staff was friendly. The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was really nice especially the beautiful morning hostess. She signed me up for a Best western membership and gave me and my wife a king size bed. I also have to mention the sweetest person I meet in Nashville Adelita. She made sure that every person eating breakfast was well taken care of and made turkey sausage for me when it wasn't even on the schedule. My wife and I had an amazing experience and we are going to visit another Best Western this evening because this one was so amazing. Thank you ladies. God bless.

Adelita did a great job on breakfast and was very friendly. I had waffles, bacon, and eggs.i also really like the coffee machines that also do hot chocolate. I slept really good the night before and felt refreshed. I would say this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Phenomenal front desk, very helpful and friendly. Clean hotel and room was clean and comfortable as well. We had a top floor room, so quiet. Airport shuttle was great. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: breakfast attendant, very friendly when she wasn't on her cell phone. Foods mislabeled, no biggie but before getting on your phone, talking and texting. Make sure the food is labeled correctly. Then gives me a trip advisor card with her name on it asking for a 5 star review. You will never get a five star review from me when you are on your phone 90% of the time. Place wasn't overly busy but there is no excuse needing to be in your personal phone that much. Breakfast was only open for 3 hours, if phone use is that important, keep it and yourself in the kitchen area so hotel guests don't see you on it so much. Sorry Adelita, no 5 star review for you. Luckily the other staff members made up for your mistake.

Adelita does a great job with the hot breakfast! The breakfast area is clean and the food is fresh. We always look for an indoor pool and continental breakfast when booking a hotel room. The pool is nice and warm!

Front desk clerk unprofessional and dressed unprofessional, not all amenities were in the room, floor sticky, asked for a low floor got the top floor. Elevator out of service and had to go up and down 4 flights with luggage

The room was very clean and had everything you would need (apart from a safe, sadly). The bed and pillows were great – extremely comfortable. The breakfast was spot on – Adelito did an outstanding job, making sure you were warmly welcomed and everything was well stocked. The staff, in general, are very warm and welcoming. A shout out to the housekeeping manager and her staff who work tirelessly, and are very friendly. The area has a range of options for food in easy reach – from pizza at Roma to dine-in at Darfons.

The room was perfect, very clean and updated. The bed and pillows were great! They served a wonderful breakfast, from cereal to hot breakfast food. The staff was very friendly and accommidating. I would definetly go back if we are ever in that area again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check out is 12:00 noon (a little later than most hotels). Couldn't get the coffee maker to work, but good coffee at breakfast. And Adelita, the breakfast stuff was amazing!

Adelita made breakfast and she was wonderful. My husband spilled juice on the floor and she was kind enough to clean it up quickly. She was very friendly. The sausage was great. This hotel is a good value for Nashville and not far from downtown.

Nice hotel, clean great breakfast. Staff very nice and friendly. Adelita at the breakfast bar was very helpful.,abd pleasant. We did have a couple weaks in the tub and the sink in our bathroom, but they were there to take care of it.

The people working at this hotel are amazing. Thank you to everyone for the amazing experience. Adelita did amazing with breakfast and the rest of the staff was very welcoming. The only concern we had was that our AC was leaking condensation and creating a mildew smell in our room. Hopefully that is addressed for the next guest.

Conveniently located near BNA airport. Staff was friendly, Breakfast is basic but nice. Beds had very tall mattresses. So may be challenge for short people. They have indoor pool, which we did not have time at hand to use.

The hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Breakfast area was well stocked and fresh. I loved the waffles with peanut butter! Hotel near the Airport and it wasn't noisy at all. They have an indoor/outdoor pool but I was too busy to enjoy. Maybe next time!

We love this hotel for many reasons. Short distance to Broadway, free airport shuttle, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff, Adelita, Reshma Nadar, Sheryll, and Tiffany H.

After 5 hours waiting at the airport, and our flight being cancelled, Best Western was our rest after a horrible day. The attention was great since we arrived, the night receptionist spoke spanish, and was really kind to us. All the bedroom was clean; the bathroom clean, and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, Miss Adela was the nicest person ever, she was very kind and pending if we wanted something else. At the time of the check out, the morning receptionist was also very nice. Everything was good.

The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived after midnight and Jason was VERY pleasant while checking us in. When we got to the room I found we had a Keurig coffee maker for morning coffee (hooray) but all the coffee pods were decaf (boo). Jason searched and found us enough to get us thru the morning (hooray!!). I felt he went above and beyond (many people would just have said-sorry we're out). I will definitely stay here again when traveling thru Nashville!

Breakfast was delicious. Plenty to choose from between hot and cold options. The best part was Adelita! She was always quick to help, even anticipate, our needs. It was a wonderful way to start the day.

I researched over 50 hotels when looking for a place to stay in Nashville. In our price range, across the board, Best Western had the best reviews for cleanliness and service. This hotel didn't disappoint. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bathroom toiletries were a nice touch as was the in-room Keurig machine and pods. The beds were a bit firm for our taste, but the sheets were soft and the pillows comfortable. An additional blanket would have been nice. The only negative is that the towels were quite scratchy. The room was quiet, we did not notice the airplane traffic or noise in the halls. We ate the complimentary breakfast both days we stayed. There was a nice variety of items to choose from including Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, two types of sausage (and one day bacon), FRESH fruit, yogurt, a variety of pastries and breads and juices to choose from. The lady who was in charge of the area (I think her name was Rosie) was very friendly, greeting every person with a smile. She did a wonderful job keeping the area stocked and clean and even offered to take dirty dishes when people were done eating. She showed a lot of pride in her job. The different people working the front desk were always friendly and attentive. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool (Indoor/outdoor) and it was nice that towels were provided. The location of the hotel was convenient to both the airport and getting on the freeways to travel to the various attractions. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Nashville Airport. From check in being so easy and the friendliness of the staff. Adelito prepared an awesome breakfast, with anything that anyone would want for breakfast. Thanks for a great time in Nashville.

Quick drive to Opry and General Jackson. Easy drive to Broadway and all the great honkytonks. Staff was great upgraded to king suite, real comfortable. Used the fitness room and pool, both were nice. Will stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Oh, only two minutes from BNA.

Everything was organized and sanitary. All the amenities were provided. The staff was A+. Adelita provided excellent service. We were provided with an ample amount towels. The TV remote control was on low battery, outside of that, everyone that arrived here with me was very pleased with the hotel and the layout of the rooms. The location of the hotel put you in close proximity to everything to make your stay even better.

Very great and warm welcome by staff upon checking in. During our stay the staff at the desk on duty were all very friendly including the manager on duty. They all made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable especially when my family were recognized when we passed the front desk. The staff in the restaurant (although only for guests' continental breakfast) was very attentive and ensured that the food provided were always continuously replenish. Rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious great supply of linens. Beddings were very plush and pillows also. Although we did not use the pool but did visit the area quite a few time with out grandson, who enjoyed the few tours, I must indicate that with both an indoor and outdoor connected pool - that was truly a plus for the hotel. The only somewhat issue my wife has was that the beds were a bit too high although she is 5'+, I would also have to agree with her concern. I am not sure if Best Western and and will attempt to address this matter, since I am sure this is not the first and last concern that guests has expressed about.

I called to get specific directions, as I have an eighteen wheel long car carrier and Sheryl was excellent and precise on direction and parking, when I checked in and thanked her for being exact she was very humble and said it is her job , she is a very valuable employee , check in was smooth and efficient, Thankyou

We had a great stay at this hotel! Our room was nice and clean. Adelita was absolutely fantastic and very attentive during breakfast every morning. Next time we visit Nashville we will be staying at this hotel again!

Best Western Plus Nashville Airport is refusing to compensate us for the inconvenience of moving our room, loosing a whole day of vacation due to this situation with black mold! And contaminating our belongings by putting a fan on the mold without ventilating the room. If you have issues with this hotel they will not refund or discount your stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Adelita was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The outside pool area was very hot and some umbrellas would be wonderful in the area.

Lovely, clean place to stay. My daughter and I stayed here on a trip to see Beyonce. The price was reasonable enough for what was going on and the location. They provided shuttle service to & from the airport, which was a determining factor in where we stayed. In the 2 nights we were there, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Standard hotel breafast choices, and we loved the mini waffle-maker as opposed to the standard one. My daughter and I were able to split to save time instead of waiting around for 2 separate waffles that we probably wouldn't finish. We will definitely stay here again.

In a travel world where I have gotten used to bad experience, it was nice to stay somewhere where the staff actually tried to make the stay a good one. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was good and Adelita kept the area clean, and the front desk staff was always friendly. A rare experience these days, so thank you for a nice stay. Overall rooms were fine, nothing special. They did supply more towels than I am used to lately, thank you for this. Again, standard hotel made much better than average by a great staff and management.

Nearly search before stand. Here they have break-ins often your car window will be smashed before you know it! They posted a sign, and that's all they will do. There is absolutely no security and one night auditor to is in no way, shape or form like security. We stayed here and there was 12 to 15 cars windows smashed out, and they did this in the matter of seconds. It takes too long for the police to get there. It's impossible to catch the juveniles doing this. They are driving a white car. I repeat do not stay here. It is not worth not gettingsleep to watch your car!! Unsafe!!!!!

The staff was so welcoming...literally everyone we encountered from housekeeping, the front desk and Adelita at the breakfast bar. The rooms were immaculate to the point that we actually stayed an extra night because the experience was so good. I loved the unique indoor/outdoor pool and the Nashville decor. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned each day and I loved the equipment in the small but useful fitness center. We will stay here again!

This hotel was a bit less than expected for Best Western Plus. This was the last stay on a 14 day 6100 mile road trip and compared to other BW+ we stayed at on this trip, this location is good, but definitely not great. Pros - separate sink and mirror from toilet and tub/shower, spacious clean room, bathroom vent Cons - not enough parking (had to park next door in school parking lot), small TV, somewhat impersonal desk staff, uncomfortable and very high bed, uncomfortable pillows, light blocking shades let in too much light, breakfast was hardly acceptable with few choices

We have stayed at this location several times when we were flying out of Nashville. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They know the area and gave us tips on good restaurants which we went to and enjoyed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are an excellent place to stay. We used the park and fly service which was also very good!!

Hotel was awesome. Staff was all smiles. Great place to stay. Close to a ton of restaurants and airport. Shuttle was awesome. All staff members were 1st class. The mrg. Was very helpful with making we were on the 5 am shuttle to airport, the drive was awesome and very upbeat.

I used the 800 reservation # to book our room. The room was booked for the incorrect date in which I was charged. I called to get this corrected. They listened to the phone conversation where they said it was my fault. I asked to hear the recording which I was told I could not. I also brought this to the attention of the General Manager for the property, Amy. She said she would do what she could and call me back which she did not. Very dissatisfied with my experience with your 800 #. The hotel was fine.

Clean hotel with comfy beds and clean room, good breakfast and clean eating area, the breakfast hostess was really sweet, front desk staff was accommodating with questions, we felt safe parking at this hotel, easy access to the interstate

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely courteous and very professional. The stay was great. I came to Nashville for my daughter's wedding,and the staff was very helpful in helping me prepare. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting this area.

After checking in and parking my car I was walking down the sloped sidewalk and my feet slipped out from under me and I landed hard on my right side and back .( I am 70 years old) There was a gentleman nearby talking on the phone and he saw me fall and came over and helped me up. We then noticed the sidewalk was recently painted with what appeared to be gray floor paint. The walk was like a sheet of ice since it was wet from rain. Both the gentleman and I were surprised how slippery it was. I went and talked to the manager at check in (I was dripping wet from my shirt to my pants). I told her what happened and all she said was "I'll talk to the maintenance man." Not once did she ask if I was ok or if I needed any help. I requested to have it recorded and she gave me an incident form to fill out. I reported this on the hotel's web site and received the "form letter" response. The condition of the sidewalk was upsetting enough but the attitude and uncaring response by the manager was very dehumanizing.

The hotel was very clean, including the rooms we stayed in. The beds here were definitely very nice. Adelita was also very kind and helpful, being very accommodating, including letting us know she was going to close the breakfast and asking if we wanted anything.

Room is fine. Nice bed. Clean and fresh looking. Check in was excessively slow. Desk clerk was alone and several people were trying to check in. Waited 15 minutes to get to me. Took another 10 to get checked in even though I had a reservation. Then had to register car to stay parked for 2 weeks; took another 5 minutes. A lady behind me took 25 minutes to get checked in. Hotel should have more staff on duty at peak times. Not acceptable.

We've stayed here a couple of times now, because the rate was right and it was close to the airport. Both times first day was pleasant enough and room comfortable enough. The first time the woman who arranges for the transportation was extremely rude. Trying to get back from the airport. The second time the shower curtain rod was broken in the shower. Water went all over the floor. Everything else was very nice and we would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location near the airport and near our son's family, so it works out perfectly for us. The shuttle service is great and the drivers are kind and efficient. Autumn , at the front desk, was very helpful and pleasant.

We always stay here when we visit Nashville. The hotel is not far from Broadway. The hotel is very clean, nicely furnished rooms and a complimentary breakfast each morning. Also coffee maker in the room. Upon arrival we were greeted by Autumn at the front desk and we appreciated the quick check-in process she provided us. We found the room rates to be the best around the area and we will continue to stay here when visiting Nashville.

This was our second time in Nashville staying at Best Western. The King suites are excellent, comfortable beds, and pillows and all the amenities you'll ever need. The staff is exceptional, especially Autumn at the front desk. We had a delicious breakfast all three mornings we were there, thanks guys. It's a great place to take a get-away and just hit the reset, you won't be sorry…

Autumn and all the staff is the reason our experience was great. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient! Thank you for helping us with a smile on your face. The portable cribs were a huge help and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

His flight was delayed. He booked the reservation in his name only. One call by him to Autumn and the problem was solved. After arrival and showing proper ID, in the room super fast. Autumn also assisted me with some printer issues at the Lobby Business Center. We will 100% stay here on our return trip. Thank you, Autumn!

This hotel was exceptionally clean and offered a very good breakfast. I booked it twice once in November and again in December. However, I have given it an average as staff we encountered (apart from the breakfast lady and gentleman who checked us in in December) came across as uninterested and at times unhelpful. The blond lady on reception we saw numerous times going outside the foyer for a cigarette, she checked us out while having a personal conversation on her mobile. The young gentleman who checked us in late one night in November spoke literally only two words, "Name" and "Sign here." We were given no information on breakfast times, booking the shuttle, information on where our room was. It is a shame as again it is a very clean hotel.

The customer service from Amber was on point! Our flight was delayed because of storm Elliot and staff allowed us to check out later to help with the delay in flight. We will definitely be staying here again.

I would like to give 5+ Stars to Autumn. She went above and beyond during my check in. Made me feel very comfortable and in good hands going through the process. If she hasn't had a raise in a while I suggest she gets an Xtra bucks an hr. That is if she goes above and beyond on her other duties here at the Best Western. Thank you Matt

Was very pleased with comp breakfast. It was hat and well stocked. Everything was very clean including dining area. Adelita who was the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Very nice experience thanks to her hard work.

Terrible customer service. Front desk was left unattended (seen returning in his vehicle) for over 30 minutes. Nobody answering the phone for airport shuttle service. Fire alarm set off at approx. 11:30 pm, building evacuated while waiting for the fire department...all because a weed party on floor 2. (These individuals came in the side doors while the front desk person was away...no additional staff or security.) No apology from any hotel staff. Spoke with someone who is supposedly in management (not sure he really was)...no apology, just additional rude service. Actually questioned my "times" to see if I was accurate...lol. There are better options available if you are looking for security and good customer service.

Super comfortable beds, great shower, good full breakfast and this is a very convenient location. Autumn at the front desk was very friendly and great with check in and helping us find things. Very nice stay.

We have really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It is very clean, has spacious rooms and my son was very proud to see they had an indoor pool. Autumn was so nice at check in and made it super easy to register and was very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel that is only a short drive away from Broadway, Icee at Opryland and the airport. This is our first time here, but would come here again.

My entire experience with Best Western Plus Nashville Airport was absolutely perfect. Every staff member that I spoke to were very professional and pleasant; willing to go the extra mile, and that is very rare. The front desk agent, Autumn was outstanding; not only did she know how to do her job, and do it proficiently; she had a great attitude. I don't know what I would've done without her; she went above and beyond and made me feel like we were old friends reuniting after many years. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is a three star hotel worth a five star review for great service, clean and comfortable rooms and amenities, accessible location ( walking distance to quick service joints such as Wendy's, McDonalds, Panera etc and an uber drive (6km) to Opry Mills Shopping Mall. Our hotel booking was inclusive of breakfast - was a hot one with bacon, fluffy scrambled egg, waffles, sausage, fruits, coffee etc - breakfast was tasty! There was a mini-gym, a pool, and laundromat within the hotel, great to use when passing the time. We have travelled in many US cities and no one beats the friendly and warm service of employees in Tennessee hotels like Best Western Plus. Highly recommended.

Fast and easy check in. Front desk staff Autumn was extremely helpful and very fast. We had traveled all night from Minnesota so her fast service was appreciated. Room and bathroom were clean. Showers could use an upgrade. Good hotel and great customer service. Will stay here again.

Very clean room and excellent service! It's not a far drive from downtown Nashville, so it's a great way to save money. The room was a bit noisy but there's not much to do about that. Breakfast was good for continental. Only complaint was that Room Service knocked four different times in the morning, including while we were asleep. My husband had to finish up some work in the room in the morning, so the staff were very nice about giving us late checkout.

Best Western is a great place to stay. Super clean hotel, comfy bed, good breakfast and amenities. Autumn was so friendly and went above and beyond expectations. Autumn is the best! She was always helpful and kind.

Our stay didn't start off well as our reservation had been canceled the night before our arrival. Thankfully autumn was able to figure out the issue and was able to restore our reservation at the same rate. The rest of the staff was also very nice. Pool setup was unique with the indoor/outdoor connection that we enjoyed.

The staff was friendly. The room was adequate. The facilities good. The room was not bad. It was small and the toilet was slow to flush. The beds were wonderful! Very comfortable and nice bedding. It was also nice to have a Keurig in the room. The breakfast was wonderful! The lady servicing the breakfast area was super sweet and helpful. This room was booked for us by our health insurance since this was a medical visit.

the bed was super comfy, room was big and cozy as soon as we walked inside. the workers at the front were incredible, especially autumn she did wonderfully at even just checking out. definitely will stay again!

Turns out that the attractions we wanted were in northeast Nashville and the hotel is in east Nashville. Thus travel time was minimized. The breakfast bar was expansive and kept fresh. Also the breakfast attendant was SUPER conscientious, polite and friendly (BIG tip!)! Room was quiet and neat. Mattress was a tad firm for my preferences.

This hotel was close to the Nashville airport within a 2 - 3 minute drive. Quiet location, and easy to find. Front desk staff was polite and helpful on check in. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Would recommend this hotel if traveling to Nashville. Free hot breakfast included.

The location for our trip was very convenient. We were not flying, we drove into Nashville, but we spend alot of time around the Opry. Easy off and on I-40 to get everywhere else we needed to go. I was disappointed with a few things. I thought the place needed some generic cleaning attention...door handles, floors swept, baggage carriers wiped down. You can tell when things are not routinely cleaned off. We did not try the free breakfast...we just don't do buffet type food any more. I'm a gold member and presented my gold member card at check-in, but no acknowledgment by front desk staff of my gold member status. An average stay, just needed a place to bed down while we were in town and we typically stat at BW of HI...and due to a good price, we chose this BW. I would recommend this property...but suggest they clean and sweep more often.

Stayed here for a family wedding in the area. First touchpoint was the shuttle service drone the airy. I called for the shuttle once we had our bag and it was waiting for us by the time we got to the pick up location! Very kind, helpful driver. Check in went smoothly. The room was clean and the air conditioning was very effective. We opted out of housekeeping so I can't speak to that service. Breakfast was very good! Waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits, home fries, 2 kinds of sausage and gravy were the hot items. Variety of pastries, cereal, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal packets, boiled eggs rounded out the meal. The brightest part of breakfast was Anna, the young lady running the breakfast room on weekends. She worked very hard keeping everything stocked and cleaned up even on very busy mornings. She is an asset to the hotel and I hope they realize her value! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that ice machine on the 2nd floor needs a good cleaning. There were bits of dirt in the bucket as the ice melted. Aside from that, things were great!

Autumn was fabulous! She was able to get us a last minute hotel room. She also offered us to become Best Western members to get a reduced rate. She informed us of the Airport shuttle and downtown shuttle times.

This hotel is so nicely located right between downtown Nashville and the airport! The shuttle service is amazing and helps make for a stress free experience getting around the city and the airport. The front desk staff, Autumn, made our whole experience so much better, we had a super early flight and she helped us with getting an early check in. The free breakfast is pretty good too! Will for sure be using this hotel for any future visits to Nashville.

Me and my co-workers do contract work for BNA from time to time. We normally stay at another local hotel but it was booked for our dates. I chose Best Western Plus due to its location and newly renovated status. We were not disappointed. The hotel was great and freshly renovated. It is close to all sorts of fast food, sit down restaurants and the airport. It has shuttle service also. The king rooms were very spacious, comfortable, updated, and clean. Adelita handles the breakfast area and she is Amazing! Her friendly smiling personality will help start your morning off great. There is a great selection for breakfast of hot and cold items to satisfy any picky eater. (Very fresh and delicious) Overall we have found a new hotel to stay while working at BNA.

I appreciated the responsiveness and patience of Autumn at the front desk for my requests during my stay! Being treated so well has won my loyalty and I will choose this hotel for my upcoming stays. The parking lot, outside entrance, lobby, hallways, elevator and rooms were very clean, and I consistently saw housekeeping cleaning the property with a pleasant greeting as I walked by them. I was not able to enjoy the breakfast but it smelled wonderful as I walked by the lobby. Very close to the airport, but quiet, as it does not seem to be on popular flight paths - I did not hear aircraft flying overhead or nearby during my stay. Within a 1-2 minute drive of several food choices, gas stations, and good proximity to major roadways. Very easy to navigate to downtown and other surrounding similar areas for excellent dining and shopping experiences.

This hotel was very clean. Convenient location to the airport and not to far from downtown Nashville. Spent 2 days here for business. This was my first time staying in a Best Western Plus hotel. Autumn at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in getting my stay added to my new rewards number. There is also free breakfast in the mornings and a shuttle to and from the airport.

Tired after a 5 hour drive, I was immediately greeted by the ever helpful Autumn who graciously and effortlessly got us checked in and up to our wonderfully modern and chic rooms! Will be back for all future Nashville shenanigans!

Upon check in I had to wait while Autumn finished texting something on her phone. Then when I did get her attention she unapologetically could have cared less if I had any questions about the area or hotel amenities. I asked about the times for breakfast and her answer was it's on the wall....I asked if she had any recommendations for downtown Nashville and she said whatever you want to do. There was what appeared to be blood splatter on the ceiling...check room 224. I asked for coins for the laundry and they said they don't do that and that the laundry facility is handled by a third party. I would have to walk to walgreens...so I did. Then as I was walking back through the front doors the guy with a bank bag was dishing out quarters for the laundry. So baffled by the whole experience.

Loved that we were able check in early! Autumn was great checking us in. Hotel was was very clean and smelled great. Pool was a great size and my kids loved it. Great stop on our 16 hour drive to the beach!

When we travel to Nashville to visit Broadway, we choose this hotel! Great rates, complimentary transportation to and from airport, very good complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and just a short trip to Broadway. Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. This visit we were greeted with a smile by Autumn at the front desk. She got us all checked in for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was a very nice hotel and Autum was helpful. I was very pleased with the room. It was clean and nice. They allowed me to park my car here during my trip since I was leaving the next day from the airport. The charge was 10 dollars per day and cheaper than the airport lot I was going to stay in.

This hotel is not fancy but perfect for a night near the airport. It is very clean; Breakfast was very good. They have a shuttle from and to the Airport. I was new to Uber and did not know what I was doing. Autumn on the front desk was vey helpful.

We had a large group visiting the BW in Nashville. Autumn rolled with every request and handled our group with ease. She welcomed our rowdy gang to enjoy the pool. We had a great afternoon because of her.

Several of the hotels in the airport area are less than appealing. This hotel was beautiful, clean, and I felt very confident leaving my car for the park and fly option. It was very well lit, you could park your car anywhere in the parking lot so we parked by the front door, and we had no issues at all. I will definitely stay here again!

Our pool was down at the Quality inn, so we spent the day at the Best Westerns, Autumn at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal! Top notch customer service! This hotel and pool were clean and neat!

Southwest canceled our flight at 2am. We booked a room on the 1-800 number and confirmed it with a CC. When we got to the hotel they said they did not have of reservation and had already closed the books on the day so they could not rent us a room. We were turned out and had to walk the streets looking for a room.

We had fun! Autumn who checked us in was so nice! The room was clean. The pool was a little crowded in the evening. But In the morning we were the only ones in there, which was nice. Would book again.

Will never stay here again! The smell of mold/mildew was awful- could not even fall asleep. All of our stuff the next day smelled like mold/mildew when we left. Told the front desk about it and she apologized and then in the same sentence asked me to give them a 5 star review because she is trying to be employee of the year. Never again!

I was traveling to Nashville for a conference and needed a motel at my state's government rate. Best Western Plus Nashville Airport was the ticket. The room was very clean and well appointed. Good refrigerator, accurate thermostat and a nice bathroom. The motel has a pool that is both indoor and outdoor. Parking is free and plentiful. The free breakfast is a good standard Best Western breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal bar, hard boiled egg, bagels and bread, yogurt, juice and coffee and more). The kids will love the waffle maker. For those who need to use Uber or Lyft there are plenty and quick. Nashville is easy to get around and not that big. It is a quick ride to Broadway or Percy Priest lake. The Grand Ole Opry is a 10-15 minute drive. Complementary airport shuttle. The staff are wonderful - front desk and housekeeping.

Check in was fine but check out person gave zero concern about our input. Asked for a receipt, she said it would get generated when I put our cards in the bowl. Did not show listening skills at all. Loud party in the parking lot until 2-3a.

We booked two rooms so our family could take a trip to Nashville with my parents. My dad has stage four lung cancer and after one day the elevator was down for repairs and he wasn't going to be able to access the room due to stairs having to be climbed. Autumn was awesome and was able to find the last room downstairs so we could still stay at this hotel. I am sure she was super busy fielding calls and front desk visits but she was polite, efficient and smiling the whole time. She is fantastic. Will come back for sure!

The gentleman letted us early check in after our overnight flight. Sheryl helped us find shuttle bus to HOSA event. Everyone is super friendly and helpful here. We are very happy with our stay. We recommend this hotel.

Came here for the HOSA conference, and since the Gaylord Portland resort was booked full, we came here. Such a great coincidence. Sheryl was extremely friendly and allowed us the check in early, and when we had problems with transportation to and from the HOSA convention, Sheryl helped us sort it out. Very good experience overall.

Hotel, though dated, was spotlessly clean. Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, appeared like new. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating, made us feel welcome and our business appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Good Stay! Only stayed one day. They provided a good complimentary hot breakfast and free shuttle to & from airport. They also provide a shuttle downtown for $10 round trip per person. Staff was great. The only complaint I have is that the room smelt musty and old from the carpet. They need to be replaced. I couldn't stay any longer due to the smell and checked out.

I was visiting Nashville for a weekend and I stayed at this hotel with my family. Breakfast was very good and Otilia was very welcoming. She offered to make me a waffle and it was very delicious. Otilia also keeps everything very clean and nice.

I stayed here on the front end of a girls trip to Nashville. 3 of us were arriving on different flights. I called and spoke to Autumn, who added the first traveller to arrive to my reservation so that she could check in before me. She arrived much earlier than me, and was able to check in (earlier than check in time) and have a needed nap after a 4am start to her day! Autumn had told me that she wasn't certain if this would happen, but that my guest could chill in the lobby or by the pool while waiting for the room! The pool looked nicer than expected for an airport hotel. The gym also looked adequate. The breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. I was thrilled to see biscuits and gravy (but the gravy was a gelatinous, flavourless, meatless disappointment). Thankfully there were other options…waffles! The rooms were nice with comfy beds, blackout curtains, a fridge, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel suites our needs well!

The location is clean and comfortable for our stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Our only complaints were the very loud exhaust fans in both our room and the one next to it as we heard theirs also, and so much breakfast was served with a low number of guests dining that some food was cold. We stayed only to sleep as we were traveling for family business and left town immediately there after, but I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Nashville!

All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly!! We talked with 4 different front desk staff and all of them were great. Including the famous Autumn who shows up on all the great reviews. Loved the breakfast with the waffles with add-ins and toppings. I wish I could remember the name of the sweet lady that ran the breakfast room. She was wonderful.

Autumn and Maurice at the Front desk are very nice and helpful and always ready with a smile. My room with 2 queen beds was spotless clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I like there was a separate desk space to use. The bathroom counter space was outside of the room with the toilet and shower - which is nice if you have more than one person trying to get ready for the day. The shower spray was nice and strong - not weak. I enjoyed the green tea k-cups supplied in the room with the Keurig. It was great having the small refrigerator - having my own sodas and oj right in the room was good. Did not partake in the breakfast - was in town visiting friends who I had breakfast with. The coffee was good - it was folgers. The maid staff were very nice and helpful if anything was needed for the room - soap, shampoo, tissues, more green tea k-cups. I enjoyed my stay and will return next time I am in Nashville. I chose to stay outside of town to save $. The hotel does have an airport shuttle and there is a shuttle service that will take you downtown. There is only 1 elevator and it is very slow - be prepared for a wait.

The Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel was definitely a bright spot on our long Nashville weekend! Our flight got cancelled and the airline was offering vouchers for this hotel. I was ready for disappointment but was so pleasantly surprised! The place was clean, modern and well kept, with a nice warm pool and very good buffet breakfast. The star of the stay was the hospitality extended to us by the staff, Jacquelyn in particular was so kind! After our flight got bumped later than expected, Jacquelyn offered us a later checkout and we relaxed in the lobby sipping coffee while we waited for our airport shuttle. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay again!

Very clean rooms with perfect service! About 15 minutes away from down town Nashville. Close to the airport and had a good bit of restaurants and bars within a mile of the hotel if you didn't want to get into the crowd. Autumn was a great help!

We stayed Friday - Sunday. The hotel was clean and well kept up. The gym was small but nice - I got a great workout in on the cable machine. Autumn at the front desk was super helpful. It took us only 15ish minutes to get into downtown Nashville depending on traffic. It's a great place to stay if you want to see Nashville but not be in the middle of all the crowds and traffic.

Hotel is tired and can use some upgrades. Check in and lobby were good. Staff were nice. The hotel has a nice warm indoor/outdoor pool (but the window dividing was sagging and needed repair). We had reserved a king bedroom which had a pecular dividing barrier between the sitting area and the bed area. This partition was a nuisance to walk around and divided the space unnecessarily. The sofa in the room was uncomfortably saggy. The lighting in the room had a bluish/grey hue and made the room and the bathroom very dim. Our bathroom sink was cracked. The hairdryer was horribly dirty with old hair in it.

The overall experience was very good. We would return again if we go back to Nashville. The overall service was outstanding. The room was very clean and week maintained. The hotel has been updated. I rated this 4 stars because of the continental breakfast. The waffle maker didn't fully cook the waffle. The waffle was uncooked on the inside. It may have been the waffle mix being too thin. The turkey sausage was very dried out and the scrambled eggs were runny.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Autumn from the front desk was very helpful when we were checking in and offered us some helpful suggestions. The hotel was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and the while we didn't need our room cleaned while we were there, we were easily able to get clean towels to swap out. The only down sides to the hotel is that they only have one elevator and it's very slow. The free breakfast was good with plenty of selections. The one minor complaint would be to add a second waffle maker. With a 2 minute cook time, there was often a line of people waiting to use it.

I have been staying at the Best Western Plus Nashville Airport Hotel numerous times in the past three years. I would give this hotel the highest rating plus some because of how clean the rooms are, how nice and professional the employees are and the ease and fast check in and check out by front desk personnel. I especially want to mention that Autumn is the nicest check out person I have ever done business with. I have dealt with her several times and highly praise her and her job performance. The breakfast has a variety of foods and is very delicious. Looking to staying again in a couple of weeks.

This Best Western Plus has a real advantage over other motels. At this Best Western, Otilia is attending to all the guests breakfast needs. She works really hard cleaning tables and making sure food is prepared appropriately.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Autumn checked me in and was very polite and friendly. She answered all of my questions. Absolutely love this hotel. Surprisingly I booked the hotel across the street however mistakenly called Best Western Plus & Tatiyana on night shift convinced me to book a room at their facility. Let me tell you I'm very happy I did so. The vibe at night is very safe & homey. Night staff was more than welcoming & was very considerate of our very late checkin. Also an extremely nice full hot breakfast in the morning. Although they're a bit more expensive, weekend prices are definitely worth it .

This is our favorite place to stay in Nashville while in town on business, and Autumn at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! The rooms have always been clean and beds are comfortable. The location is very convenient to the airport and a short Uber ride to downtown. Also there are several good restaurants within walking distance.

Th room was clean and the room temperature was good. The bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was the temperature in the shower. It ran hot and had to be adjusted multiple times. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again. It's a tub shower.

The hotel was clean and offered everything we needed. Pool was warm. Breakfast was typical hotel food but good. Good distance from broadway and opry. The sounds from the planes might bother you if you're a light sleeper but we had no issues.

After leaving a hotel late in the night because it was not what it said it was online, we came across this hotel. We were immediately welcome with a smile. No questions asked. We received our room keys immediately. The rooms were very clean. Spacious. Even though it's close to the airport, it was very quiet. Peaceful. The breakfast was good. There was a variety of choices. Online it says check out is at noon, but when we called the front desk they said it was at 11. We did ask for 30 more minutes and they gave us until noon. Autumn is the one that was gracious enough to give us an extra hour to get ready to continue our trip. She also made my granddaughters day by giving her a treat. Thank you for a great experience!

We come to this hotel after our flight is cancelled due to snow. In the cold winter night, they told us that they have breakfast style dinner for free, which is a life saver considering that we have spent a long day at airport. My son had an online class that evening and cannot came to get food. They said it is totally fine to take the food to the room. Our next day flight is at 6 AM and the shuttle came before 4 AM. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

After 7 delays and 3 cancelled flights because of a snowstorm we realized we had to stay in Nashville. We needed an airport shuttle (for a 6am flight) and this hotel had one-booked! They picked us up within 10minutes of calling and it was a quick trip to the hotel. Quick check in into very clean, nice, updated, lovely rooms. We decided to order pizza after being in the airport all day, the front desk gave us several pamphlets for good delivery options (with coupons!). Unfortunately, every restauraunt that delivered was closed because of the storm, then we called every restauraunt we could walk to but those were also closed(even McDonalds). Frustrated we walked downstairs to grab a few things from the grab and go, but to our suprise the hotel staff opened up the wonderful continental breakfast for everyone because we all were in the same boat. It was wonderful, warm, filling and a very lovely accommodation for all of us stuck in Nashville. We even got to jump into the warm pool after supper to relax before heading to bed for an early flight.

My son had a very late flight this week. I live about 2-1/2 hours away from the airport, so we decided to stay here overnight. I am thrilled with the stay. The staff at night and in the morning were excellent. I received free bottles of water since I was a member. Room was exceptionally quiet and clean. It was literally a 3 minute drive to the airport. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I will be back!

As we were coming and going along I-40 we stayed in this hotel twice. I am a regular BW Hotel patron and I have to say this is one of the best I have been to. Great location, friendly customer service, great holiday spirit, and updated rooms were clean and comfortable. Add to that the ability to order food and have it delivered directly to the room was an added plus. I highly recommend this hotel for those that want a comfortable and pleasant nights rest.

Very nice property located near airport., very efficient staff…indoor pool and fitness center available. While heading out of town during a move, we decided to stay here in hopes of finding a nice place to stay with comfortable beds as we were tired. The beds were…AMAZING! Extremely comfortable. Hot breakfast served with ample choices .

Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. New employees at front desk had a few issues taking a BW gift card for part of my stay, but worked hard to get it all resolved before I left. Nice shuttle to the airport. Common areas could use an updating, but that's the case for most hotels in the Covid times. Price was right versus the downtown hotel prices and just needed a bed and a ride to the airport in the AM.

Hotel did well on check in and staff was friendly, only problem was no wakeup call when requested. Room was clean and very quiet for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had avery good selection of items. Potatoes were a bit over seasoned but overall very good breakfast.

I stay at this hotel about 8 times a year. The hotel is well maintained, and has a great breakfast. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am a single female traveling alone and I often return to my room late at night. I always feel safe here. Well lighted parking lot. Also, good selection of restaurants close by. Easy access to downtown and attractions. Autumn was very welcoming and friendly. She made me feel like the regular guest that I am.

Our stay started with a friendly greeting from Carrie, the front desk clerk. She made us feel welcome and efficiently checked us in and recommended places to eat. The room was clean, large and had sitting space. The shuttle starts early and again had friendly and efficient service.

Office staff is not on the ball. We had to get another key to get into our room on the afternoon of our second day. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate their breakfast a 2. Waffles and tastless scrambled eggs, toasted bagels, and cold cereal. Our room was clean and we liked the firm foam mattress. The best part of our stay is that this Best Western was located close to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent.

This hotel is very close to Nashville Airport and has shuttle service available. Rooms are nice, a little small but neat and clean. Front desk clerk, Carrie, was very helpful in so many ways. Friendly and dedicated employee as was another lady that helped with Breakfast. Breakfast was good with choices of homemade waffles, eggs, bisquits and gravry, etc. Nice stay.

Older property that seems pretty well maintained. A little run down but the rooms are in great shape. Front desk is very talkative, but friendly. Very good location near airport and highway. Internet is serviceable, not terribly fast but not slow either. No microwave in the rooms, but there's one that can be used in the kitchen area. Would go in a pinch due to the price and cleanliness.

Carrie at the front desk notified us that my husband had forgotten his insulin and Ipen in the room refrigerator. We had already returned the rental car and were at our gate at the airport with the flight leaving in 30 minutes. The shuttle driver was out so she drove her car to the airport and met me outside with his medication. Service beyond expectations! Lifesaver! The rooms were very nice, the food and bar offerings were great.

We had a error occur with our check in/booking. When I arrived at the front desk the next AM, Carrie was already informed of the situation, and resolved the issue immediately with kindness and understanding. Thank you, Carrie!

Carrie at the front desk was excellent. It was our first time visiting the south and her hospitality and charm was one of the first experiences we had. I chose this location because it was close to everything we wanted to do in the 3 days we had there in Nashville. Broadway and the Honky Tonks and The Grand Ol Opry were on on list of must do's. On our second night my wife lost her phone and Carrie called Nashville PD to see if they could help. To us that was above the call of duty and we really appreciated it. In the end the person that had her phone gave it back to us. After traveling on to South Carolina our return flight home was our of Nashville so again we stayed at this location. Excellent room and friendly staff.

KK did a fabulous job running the breakfast buffet! So often since Covid began, hotel breakfasts have either been shut down or minimized to cold cereal and stale pastries but not the case here. This felt like pre-Covid, which was very refreshing. Plenty of hot breakfast choices served with smiles and laughs from KK :). The room was fine, about as expected at a hotel in this price range. Location was perfect for us passing through Nashville for a night.

This is a relatively new hotel, clean and staff were all very accomadating, helpful and seemed happy to be there. Checked into our room, right above the pool. The room smelled musty moldy and the toilet was plugged. We asked for a new room and were given one immediately, no hassle. The room was nice and clean and bed was very comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The breakfast is horrible. Eggs out of a carton, low grade sausages, coffee out of a machine. Just pass on the breakfast it has about a zero nutritional content unless you want to eat a mealy and wrinkeled apple.

Carrie at the front is amazing! Very polite and accommodating. I came in very late from travel and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a room but Carrie took great care of me. I travel a lot on business and rarely do I find the customer service to be at this level. Thank you!

The hotel was wonderful. Location was great with plenty of places to eat with in a mile. Free parking, great full breakfast, We did the shuttle to and from the hotel. They were on time, took care of our bags, great service. Carrie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great. Thanks Carrie and Best Western. Enjoyed the hotel so much came back at the end of our trip. Checked in at 3pm with Carrie at the desk and got up the next morning to see her at the front desk ! Busy lady. The next time I will pack my swim suit, their indoor/outdoor pool looked so fun and inviting.

This is a fabulous property. They are conveniently located to the airport without the airport noise. They have the friendliest personnel working at this hotel. We loved the gal running the breakfast. She was so helpful and engaging. The front desk staff makes you feel like you are welcomed and was very helpful. The rooms are big. The value is fabulous. Loved the pool. Just such a good experience here.

The hotel staff starting with Carrie and Sara the receptionist were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Great little breakfast with a very sweet young lady keeping everything supplied and spotless. Hotel and rooms were spotless. I would stay there again.

Had an early flight out of Nashville and spent the night at the Best Western. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and Carrie in the kitchen kept the buffet breakfast full and the dining room tidy. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport but it helps to sign up at the desk to ensure you get picked up at the time you need rather than wait for the shuttle to come around.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had a great breakfast daily. They had daily maid service which none of the other hotels we stayed at in the area had during the Covid pandemic. The receptionist Carrie Watters was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was exceptionally clean and fresh! Extremely comfy beds. Fantastic complimentary breakfast every morning, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, coffee, juice, yogurt, muffins....amazing! Carrie was fabulos to us! Kk was very accommodating and friendly. She is a great person and cleared the table for us. She even asked my friends kids if they wanted anymore food and offered to get them a drink. She was always doing something and is a outstanding employee and person.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Airport in Nashville and CARRIE at the front desk was AWESOME!!! She went above and beyond! In this day and age of little customer service, Carrie hit it out of the park with her helpfulness and friendliness! SARA was also so very helpful and friendly assisting us with ordering a cab/Uber to go downtown to an area where the shuttle didn't go. THANK YOU, LADIES!!!!

Great staff, very comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Add the free airport shuttle and the shuttle to downtown for $10 per person round trip, you have a great experience. Can't wait to return!

The beds are comfortable and rooms were clean (we had a large group traveling together and everyone had a good room.) The award for excellence goes to KK and Carrie. They are a fantastic team, saw to all of our needs, and were wonderfully friendly and attentive. We sure hope everyone in Nashville is as friendly as they are! A wonderful place to stay beautiful rooms we had the king bed suite amazingly comfortable the breakfast is awesome great selection and KK keep everyone. We are a flight crew that come in regularly. Timing is very important to us due to test requirements. Every time we come in, Carrie at the reception has been nothing but professional, quick, efficient and super nice. Hotel is great and clean and with carries smile and warm welcoming every time, makes the experience even better

If you are looking for a basic room, this hotel will suffice. This is a no-frills hotel. It was clean. I felt that the bed and the restroom were clean. On the negative side, there was no microwave in my room, which I needed. Also, I couldn't sleep most of the night because of the loud drumming sound hitting the vent in the restroom from the rain, somehow. They really need to fix that. Also, I missed my nightly news that I really wanted to see because the batteries in the remote were effectively dead. I couldn't pull up the channel guide until the next morning when I was 6 inches from the TV and realized that I just needed to be that close to get the guide to show up. Disappointed.

Carrie greeted us by name upon our arrival at 1:30 AM. Got us checked in promptly. When we had a question she answered it immediately. She gave us suggestions that only made our trip better. Carrie is hard working and knowledgeable. She is a Five star employee. Thanks Carrie!

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful The rooms were very clean. I will stay there next year when I make my next trip. I will recommend Best Western Plus to all my friends and family. Carrie was the best!

The entire hotel was clean and the staff kind and friendly. Carrie was courteous and helpful. I liked where the hotel was located because it was right down the street from the airport and interstates. It was not far from major attractions in the area. I found shopping centers and malls located within 15 minutes of the hotel. I would surely stay at Best Western Plus the next time that I visit Nashville, Tennessee.

I stayed four nights over Labor Day weekend at this hotel while visiting my adult grand children who live in Nashville. The hotel location was very convenient to their apartment , it was clean, quiet, comfortable and service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was quite satisfying. I have stayed here previously and plan to stay again the next time I visit them. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience...

Spent a few days at Best Western Plus Nashville Airport, The entire stay was nice. Carrie at the front desk was very helpful! Very informative. Little mishap with the A/C but not any fault of the staff. Will def be back time next time I come to Visit Nashville!!!

This place was really nice-somewhat pricey but other than that we had a great stay. Pool was great and so was the breakfast. Mariama in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. Businesses need more people like her.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Room cleaning came every morning at the same time. The beds were comfortable and the pool was large but only deepened to four and a half feet.

The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were good and same with location. Some issues were with the televisions and house phone. Good breakfast. It is close to some restsurants which is good, Shoneys across the street.

We were so impressed with the service and care from the breakfast bar attendant, Mariama. She was so welcoming and kind and did a tip notch job of keeping the bar stocked and clean. She also cleared our tables for us, and treated us like royalty. BW is lucky to have her!!

We needed to book an extra night at a hotel. This hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable! The staff, especially Marianna, was very attentive and helpful. The shuttle from the airport was a great convenience.

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was. From the location to the rooms to the free breakfast, it was nearly perfect. Marianna kept the breakfast bar stocked and fresh. Waffle maker (really good!), biscuits and gravy, bagels with a toaster that actually toasted, cereal, yogurt , 2 kinds of sausage and eggs (scrambled and hard boiled)-a real spread! We were going to try somewhere in town but this was so good that we ate here again.

I stayed for 1 night after a cancelled flight. Clean room and bathroom, no issues at all. Only small thing was no airport shuttle after 11PM until 4AM, which some of the other hotels had. Otherwise, had a comfortable stay with fast wifi. Keke prepared an excellent breakfast and opened at 6AM on the dot.

We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. I must say, the lovely breakfast hostess lived up to the hype! I am also not used to getting housekeeping service on a stay overs these days, but the sweet lady on our floor came by and insisted on swapping our towels out and leaving fresh amenities. Great, convenient stay.

I stayed in this hotel 3 nights for a conference. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was detailed, and breakfast was a nice full buffet (thanks for bringing it back!). Bacon was the best hotel bacon I've ever had. Mariami was our hostess at breakfast and she was friendly and helpful! I would stay here again.

The rooms were beyond expectations. The executive suite actually has two tvs! The continental breakfast was also great. Mariama from the kitchen greeted us warmly and checked on us throughout breakfast as well! Altogether, awesome staff!

The ONLY reason we chose this hotel was the proximity of the airport. Should we ever travel to Nashville Airport we will NEVER stay in this hotel again. Our room smelled like a combo of sweat and dirt. There was about a foot long rip/tear/hole in the carpet as you walked in. The staff looks VERY unprofessional wearing Rugrats Hoodie and casual summer dresses. There was nothing to show they were actual employees (no name tags, no uniforms, NOTHING professional) I couldn't wait to check out of the hotel...it was nasty

We stated two nights at the Best Western Plus near the airport in Nashville! Wow! The room was super clean, beds were soft and cozy, and the hot breakfast buffet was incredible!! What a selection!! You can make your own waffles, have scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, potatoes, fresh fruit, and more! A huge thank you to KK for the exceptional breakfast, and first class service!! We will definitely stay here next time we visit Nashville!!

During the time I spoke with the lady in reservations, I inquired about a microwave and refrigerator being in the room. She assured me that both were in the room. Upon my arrival at check-in the front desk personnel was friendly. I got to my room and found out there was not a microwave as I had been told initially. I called the front desk and spoke with a young lady that said I am not sure why reservations told that, but the suites have both (microwave and refrigerator) in them. However, she was willing to upgrade me but I was pretty tired from my drive and being in traffic, I opted not to relocate to another room. Then when I picked up the remote to turn the television on I noticed that there was no battery cover. So I called the front desk once more because I did not want to get charged for a damaged remote. Once again the lady at the front desk was very kind about the matter and asked if the remote worked. I replied, yes! She stated that she would put a note in the system about the remote so other employees would know upon my checking out and I would be able to get my incidental fee of $100. back. There is only one elevator and it is very slow. I noticed on the last day of my stay more people were using the stairs. The grounds are well maintained and the hotel is pretty clean. Not sure if I will be staying at this hotel again during my next visit to Nashville. The breakfast area was kept clean and K.K. and the other lady were very pleasant, kind, courteous and helpful in getting guests items we needed or pointing us in the direction of various breakfast items. So I applaud the breakfast team. Enjoyed having a hot breakfast and so did my one year old grandson who I got chance to spend time with during my visit.

My son is a talker! Even at 5:45 am she took the time to hear him ramble. That is service and dedication for all members of our family even at those hours of the day...lol. Tedra also took the time to chase us down food before 6 so we could catch an early shuttle for our flight...Exceptional service!

As we were coming through Nashville for the day we decided to stay here at the Best Western near the Airport. Check-in was painless, however, we did get charged an additional $40 for early check-in (We had 2 rooms booked under the same individual, same card, same price, etc). The staff was training someone new during check-in which was completely fine and explained that it would be a $20 fee per room for early check-in, which we accepted. It wasn't a deal breaker but it's certainly something that I wanted to make others aware of. The rooms were clean, hotel was clean, breakfast was awesome (thanks for being awesome as well, K.K.), and you're near plenty of restaurants and stores. The pool had a very green tint to it and the elevator pretty slow moving. We would stay here again.

We had a large group of 20 people and the hotel staff accommodated us wonderfully! They were able to get us rooms together, we loved that! The hotel staff is amazing! Mariama in house keeping was the best!!! Thank you to everyone!

I hate to give this hotel a bad review because honestly the hotel itself was clean and I can't complain about our room. They had vehicle break ins in the parking lot and besides calling the police there was no help or resolve from the hotel. Parking lot security is definitely and issue and seems like something should be done by the hotel to improve this. Very sad to pay $400 for a 2 night hotel stay and then turn around and pay $400 out of pocket to fix vehicle damage. Please be aware of this potential of vehicle break ins before you stay.

She is wonderful! Tedra is Very helpful & professional! I had a late check in and was having some problems with checking in overnight and she put my mind at ease and handled everything professionally. My stay was great and i will be returning.

Overall the hotel was alright. The reason I am giving it 1 star is because the staff needs to be more alert on what is going on outside in the parking lot at night. My brand new truck was broken into, along with SEVERAL others!! Truck is ALWAYS locked at ALL times and the thief's busted the passenger rear door window(side where my 4 year old sits!!). Thankfully I am smart and take the valuables out.. If it wasn't for a friend who was outside in the daylight and saw it, the cops would have left and not even notify me!!! The cops in this town is a JOKE. According to a cop, supposedly my truck was the “only one on camera”. This area in town needs more cops patrolling, especially at night! The hotel staff didn't have a care in the world and didn't help me or the others. When things like this happens on there property the hotel needs to be held responsible, especially when they can be watching the camera to see who comes in and out. I will be ESCALATING the incident to get my money back for what I've lost!!

The T.V. didn't work in our regular room so the hotel clerk gave us a King Luxury suite. She was very nice and accommodating . Mariama in the Breakfast room was very nice and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean the bed slept very well and comfortable. I would stay again. Easy and quick to down town.

Very clean, free breakfast, about 15 minutes from Downtown which is great for family trips. Downtown a little noisy so I appreciate not being too close. Friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily, free coffee in lobby 24/7. spacious rooms, has fridge, would have appreciated a microwave but its not a deal breaker.

Finally!! A Post covid breakfast that is worthwhile! Sure appreciated the warm smiles and friendly attitude of Mariama and helpfulness of Jenny at the front desk. Warm southern hospitality appreciated!

The stay was fantastic. The room was clean and breakfast on Sunday morning was outstanding thanks to Mariama! We came to town for a race south of town and wanted to take in the Opry. the location was center of our two destinations which worked perfectly.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Check in took way longer than hotels I've stayed at previously but it sounded like they were having computer issues. The first night, we went out to dinner, came back to the room and got ready for bed and the toilet would not flush. It wasn't clogged but the actual handle was broken. Called the front desk, the lady was very nice and came up to our room. She said maintenance couldn't take a look until the morning, and before I could say anything, she offered to move us to a new room, which was an upgrade (the king suite) from our normal king size room. It was annoying to have to move but the new room was much nicer. The new room had a couch and tv area as well as a microwave, which the basic room does not have. The air conditioning unit right next to the bed had a very annoying high pitched squeaking sound all night. The hotel elevator was very slow and scary at times. Enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast was amazing! The lady working on the weekend breakfast (Makima) definitely took pride in her work and was lovely. Hotel seemed in a quiet, safe area with restaurants nearby- loved the Shoney's! It was only a $12 Uber ride to get to Broadway downtown. Overall, the hotel was very clean but seemed a little outdated in certain spaces. I'm not so sure I would stay here again, but might consider it if the price was right. I got a good deal from a 3rd party website and I know I wouldn't pay the full price the hotel normally charges to stay there again.

The room was good, the hotel overall is very clean, and the breakfast was Excellent! Specifically the service at breakfast each morning by Mariama. She was a delight, very friendly and kept the food full and hot. Also all tables and area was kept very clean.

We stayed here the night before our flight and it was great! Just far enough from downtown, we had a great night sleep in a clean room! You can't beat the location to the airport but what was truly fantastic was Mariarna! She is the cook and was the friendliest lady we had encountered our whole trip. Just wanted to leave her a shout out because she really made our day!

This property was clean and very quiet despite being very close to the airport. The staff were all friendly and personable and my room preferences were easily accommodated. There's a good number of eating options very close by (fast food mostly) and I saved the airport car rental fees by going through the off-airport Enterprise location which is within walking distance. I used the hotel shuttle to get picked up from BNA and walked to the car rental office the next morning, saving a lot of money. Very good experience at this Best Western location!

Very good experience. All staff were friendly especially Jayne who served breakfast. Very quiet in the rooms even with a baby next door. Front desk staff were very helpful! Close to airport but not much airline noise. Plenty of restaurants close. Easy drive to music city hall and other attractions. We would definitely book here again.

The hotel was extremely clean and the service was 5 star..... they had free breakfast and the staff was awesome but there was a lady by the name of Jayne who ran the breakfast department and she was amazing bubbly and full of energy::... she checked on the guest with so much compassion and seemed to love her job... and also there was a guy named willlie who ran the shuttle and his personality was above expectation.... I will visit this hotel every time I visit Nashville ... thanks for the GREAT SERVICE

The hotel was welcoming and everything is exceptionally clean. Comfy beds!! They have a FULL BREAKFAST again. The sweet breakfast host, Mariama, kept the food stocked and the area clean. They had some of the best bacon I've ever had at a hotel! Thanks for bringing the full breakfast back. The only downside was that the airport shuttle we were depending on stopped running at 11, and our plane was delayed until 11:20! So, we had to Lyft to the hotel, which mean another $20 out of our pockets.

I always choose to stay in Best Westerns. But I will never stay in Nashville again. Cheryl was beyond rude when I went to check in. She acted like I was interrupting her time. There aren't any microwaves in the room and I thought that was pretty standard. The hotel was very nice but the service makes it horrible. If you want clean and pretty with bad service I suggest staying here.

Clean room, two open swimming pools, rides to and from Airport saved me for my early morning flight. Even though I had to catch a flight before the breakfast was open, we were still able to grab some breakfast to-go items and coffee. The drivers were very kind, funny and respectful. We were in great hands there.

The hotel was very clean, staff very polite and helpful. They have an indoor pool which is nice for rainy or chilly days. The Breakfast was awesome, lots of variety and it tasted great too. Their Chef is best. Chef Mariama we thank you!!!!!!!!

Had a great stay. We stayed here prior to flying out of Nashville airport and we used the park and fly option. It worked out great would highly recommend utilizing this feature. It is $10 per day and they drop you off and pick you up at the airport.

They serve a great hot breakfast with a lot of choices and variety. The area was also very clean. The hotel, itself and the room we stayed in were also tidy and clean. The breakfast manger, Mariana is a super nice lady and was extremely attentive. I also have to say the bacon served there for breakfast was amazing - thin and crispy and not greasy at all.

Hotel was clean good place to stay, food and stores close by near the airport. Bed was comfortable bathrooms clean I would stay here again. Staff very good check in and out with no issue. All in all I would stay here again.

Hotel was clean, staff were all very friendly. It was the first weekend for the hot buffet since the pandemic has started and the cook did a great job. It is about 15 minutes from downtown so not too bad.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance and the grab and go breakfast had very few options - yogurts, nutribars, juice, coffee and fruit. We had to resort to getting curbside from the IHOP about 10 minutes away.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. That's all I want from a short stay and even from a long one. We did not get to have breakfast because we weren't told the times but its okay. The front desk receptionist was not wearing a mask. I get it, its not a law. Still it always gives me a sense of safety when I see the staff wearing a mask. All in all it was good stay.

Speedy check in and check out. Rooms very spacious, bed was comfortable, could get coffee anytime and always seemed fresh. Hotel looked and smelled very clean. I liked there was an indoor pool but wished had a microwave. (when you have food delivered alot of the time comes cold)

This was a very nice updated hotel. We came here for a quick two night New Year's Eve getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool which was highly chlorinated. COVID precautions were taken and most guests were respectful of each other by maintaining distance as well as taking turns and letting one family use the elevator at a time. The breakfast set up looks to be very nice during non-pandemic times but only packaged pastries and yogurt was available this time. Shoney's is right down the street so that met our need. The location is great, very close to the airport and only a short drive up to Opryland. We used to go to Nashville at least once a year but over the last decade, Nashville has become a hot spot and hotel rates have gone way up. We got a great rate and used this opportunity to come back and visit. We hope to come back post pandemic and check out the things we couldn't do this time around.

I spent the night at this hotel and it was very clean, easy check in and exceptional service. The young lady named Ritu at the front desk went way above and beyond to make sure guests had what they need and gave outstanding service, and answered any questions I had. Awesome

My friend and I came for a quick weekend getaway and we chose this hotel because of the price, it was very affordable especially for being so close to downtown (about 10-15 mins). It's right next the airport, there's a couple food places and convenience stores around. The hotel was very clean and nice, we were very pleased with our stay. Employees were friendly, check in/check out was quick. We had no issues at all during our stay. Parking was easy, we left our car there and took an Uber downtown each day. Due to COVID, they did not have any breakfast (which doesn't matter to me) but they did give you a discount to the Shoney's down the street which was a good option. We will be staying here again when we come back!

overall good experience rooms were clean and neat. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My only negative issue was, and it was not the fault of the hotel was that the breakfast bar was closed due to Covid 19. Again not their fault.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Very clean and quiet. Host was professional and business-like. Very close to Nashville sites and locales. Conveniently located. I loved the bed, firm and comfortable. May I recommend adding king size pillows for a king size bed? Other than that I would stay here again!

The property was easy to find and 5 mins from airport. Check in was quick amd staff great. Two queen bed room was nice, beds comfortable, Keurig for coffee and tea. Only complaint was mold in shower that was easily removed. Things like this make me wonder what I didn't notice that wasn't cleaned.

We stay here 1 time a year on way to Florida. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Lots of dining options in the area. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay at this hotel! A very nice Best Western Plus. The one in Rockridge that we stayed in on way home was terrible! Will drive the 2 hours next year to stay here on way home also

We stayed here on our way to Wisconsin from Florida and were satisfied with the cleanliness and sanitization of the property. The air handling system is typical of a mid priced hotel. The thermostat was the controls of the unit which is under the window of the room. A bit noisier than a higher priced room such as Hilton or embassy. The shower had plenty of hot water and the towels were large and fluffy. Wash sink was outsid of the tub and toilet which was convenient. The grab and go breakfast was somewhat inadequate, but COVID messes up a lot of travel benefits. We had to stop at a restaurant down the road to have a full food choice. The property was kept up nice and checking in gal was masked and pleasant

There was a bunch of people drinking in the pool area and smoking, where my kids were trying to swim. So we left the pool to go upstairs to put the kids in the shower to clean off, there was no cold water so we had to get them out. They had to breakfast options breakfast bars there was three total breakfast claws there was two. Just terrible service service

Stayed for one night and I needed to use the business conference room the morning of checkout to meet with a client. No problem! Close to the airport but a block off the busy roadway of Donelson so it was nice and quiet. Nice stay!

We traveled for a one night stay. The check in was average. The room was terrible with dirty floors and a dirty bed. The room had an odor and the bathroom fan was noisy. The bed was hard and we started to check out but it was late. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was so friendly! I was especially blessed by the lady working during breakfast. Here name was Mariama and she was so kind and helpful. She always asked me how my night was and treated me with such love. I will definitely stay here again. It was a delight.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms were spotless and the food was amazing. Mariana was especially friendly in the mornings! We went for runs around the hotel every morning and felt very safe. Convenient to everything.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast lady Mariama was very nice, kept the area clean, never rushed us, was very polite. The beds were a little high for this short person. We never made it to the pool though.

This hotel had everything we needed for our quick one night stay during travels. The kids loved the pool, rooms were clean, and staff was nice. We loved Mariama in the breakfast area. We even joked about taking her on to our Mountain trio with us! A kind smile goes a long way and she was fantastic.

Ana and her team are great and I look forward to staying at this location. Everyone there is always pleasant and very helpful. Gabby at front desk check in is always very pleasant and cheerful. I look forward to my next visit there.

The hotel is very near to the airport. The shuttle service was pretty good! Good breakfast and such a nice reception in the morning from Mariama!!! Loved it! The price is good, the hotel is very new. I recommend it!

We were flying into Nashville and then driving to Alabama to see our sons compete in track, so this was just a one night stop over. We typically always stay at another hotel chain, but decided to give this hotel a try, based on price and good reviews. We were not disappointed and we will definitely be considering Best Western properties for our future travels.

I had to shuttle to the airport at 4:00am so I was hopeful that the shuttle would be there for me. It was! My hotel room was quiet and clean. The shuttle driver was very friendly. The staff at the hotel for check in and check out were very pleasant and informative regarding places to eat dinner, etc.

Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Breakfast is more than just pastries and includes waffles, biscuits, eggs, and more. Mariana in the breakfast area was very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we come back to Nashville.

Our stay was great! We actually moved from another hotel to this one and we're so glad we did. Mariama was our breakfast hostess and she is amazing! She is warm, helpful and does a great job! You won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for a few nights when a couple of our kids had meetings in Nashville. It is only 5 minutes from the airport, and near quite a few nice restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is an indoor pool, and the breakfast was quite good. Mariama was really sweet as our breakfast hostess--very attentive and friendly. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Overall, we would most definitely stay here again.

Staying here this week has been great. Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Best part has been seeing Mariama each morning at breakfast, she is a treasure! Close to airport and short drive to Vanderbilt hospital.

Ana and her team are the best anywhere. I look forward to staying at this location, because I know I will always be taken care of. Gabby is always very prompt during check in and check out. Ana is the best manager of all the hotels where I stay. I know this hotel and staff are the best there is. You all are awesome!!!

I read other reviews of this hotel before arriving and was genuinely skeptical of the rave reviews, well let me tell you - this hotel is worth raving about and I am happy to join in and encourage others who may be considering lodging here to absolutely make the reservation. The location is convenient to downtown and there are great restaurants a short drive away. Steve was the first person I made contact with at the hotel because I made a mistake on the room reservation and he was pleasant and patient in helping me get our reservation right. We went from a king room (found out there are no roll away beds at this hotel and the executive king suites were are reserved) to a double queen room which worked perfectly for our family. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the airport it was barely noticeable in the room which was on the third floor. The refrigerator in the room kept the food well chilled and having access to the microwave located in the hotel lobby area made it possible to reheat food. A shout out to Laura for having the room and bathroom super clean it was noticed and appreciated! All the public spaces, lobby/business center, breakfast area, restrooms, laundry, pool and exercise rooms were very clean and smelled nice. What it really comes down to receiving exceptional customer service and there is not a shortage at this hotel - Sheryl did our check-in on the 13th and greeted us with a welcoming smile even though we arrived quite late - she made sure we knew she was available to assist if we needed anything - that was reassuring. Andrea did the check out on the 17th and wanted to make sure we had a good visit. Love the caring by the staff which brings me to Marianna and Jayne who prepared the breakfast spread each morning. We had the pleasure of being "hosted" by Marianna on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings - she greeted everyone coming into the breakfast area and then checked up on folks to make sure the meal was good and asked if they needed anything else. Honestly, we felt like family eating breakfast in her house and it doesn't get much better than that! Monday we had Jayne who is also very attentive and she prepared a wonderful selection of food as well and kept the entire breakfast area cleaned throughout the meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Nashville and will certainly stay at this hotel for future visits to Nashville. Thanks to everyone!

We visited Nashville in celebration of my Birthday and valentine's Day and our entire stay was nice, but the nicest part of it all was meeting and talking to Marianna. She is the sweetest lady ever. She made sure everyone in the breakfast area was good at all times. Please know that good help is hard to find and Best Western found a jewel when they found Marianna. We will definitely stay here on our next trip and I expect to see her when I get here.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on January 8th before flying out on our cruise the next morning. The hotel was in excellent condition and the rooms were roomy and equipped with very comfortable beds. I have to say the best part of our stay was dealing with the staff. My wife and I both work for the hospitality industry and you can truly tell when someone loves their job vs. someone who is there just for a paycheck. On the morning of our departure to the airport we had the most terrific time with our front desk agent while waiting for our shuttle to the airport. I can honestly say she was the most friendliest person I've ever met at a hotel and it was a pleasure to meet someone who truly loves her job. You just don't see that anymore with most people which is the reason she stood out as one of the best (especially at 4:00 am). We gave her the name of the Resort we both work at and invited her to look us up when she makes it over to East Tennessee. Best Western should be grateful they have such an awesome employee and she is the reason that my wife and I will stay here again the next time we fly out of Nashville.
