« amazing garden with dozens of koi swimming »

My wife and I stayed there from 24th to 27th. Great price. Free compli entry breakfast. Staff were superb. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble, Impressed us so much that we will spend two weeks their next year. To the management and especially the staff thank you for making our short stay so pleasureable

« Best Best Western ever »

Very nice suite to an acceptabel price. And in an exciting, different garden, which very much compensate that there are no views. Free parking at the door. Breakfast OK, but we should appreciate fried eggs and bacon...

« Not on beach, but located five mintues away »

We have stayed at this Naples Best Western Many times. While we prefer the suites/apartments for their space & full kitchen, the hotel rooms are nice, also. The suites have some covered garages under building, which is very nice. There are two pools and the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. The free breakfast consists of rather stale bagels, but they also have toast, cereal, OJ, coffee, etc. There can be a lot of kids in the pools during school vacations, but we go to the beach first and return to the pool late afternoon when the crowd thins a bit. For Naples, this is a good value.

    « Suite Life »

Staff at the front desk were excellent, on arrival and departure. I had a suite at the back, with a living room, two flat screens, and oddly enough three sinks! Lots of room to spread out. Patio door from the living room exited to a small seating area with access to the pool area. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and easy parking. Breakfast was quite good, and located poolside. Well presented and with lots of choices. I'd definitely return.

    « Perfect Location »

We loved this hotel It was perfect for a walk to the beach and to the shops and some attractions. We stayed in a condo and it was great with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. Breakfast was excellent with friendly and attentive staff. We will certainly return if in the area

    « Wonderful Night's Stay! »

The front desk was very professional & very pleasant. We were offered an upgrade! Our room had a balcony & living room. It was so nice and spacious.Had a nice breakfast by the pool the next day, and met some very nice people visiting the states from Sweden. The location was perfect. It's a great price for what you receive! We wish we were staying there for a longer time!

    « Great hotel »

Booked this hotel for 4 nights based on reviews and the need to find something at a reasonable price. We weren't disappointed. Loads of positive points for this place. Receptionist Marie was so helpful. I asked for a ground floor room overlooking the pool, which they were able to oblige. The pool and grounds are pretty and lush with trees and shrubs. The breakfast us served outside around the pool and I particularly enjoyed that. The choice was varied with oranges, bananas, cereals, breads, bagels, pasties and a waffle maker machines. There were 3 daily hot choices which were just ok, mon to Friday scambled eggs, a meat Patti/sausage and a cheesey onion potato thing. Saturday Sunday they replaced the later for crispy bacon. For me as a foody the breakfast was adequate, despite being close to the main road, I found our room very quiet as was the hotel generally, I also appreciated very effective and quiet aircon. There was plenty and spacious parking. The pool area is a little cramped for sun beds and you can get shaded with palm trees and have trouble getting a bed in the sun, likewise if you specifically want shade, there are no umbrellas by the beds and you'd have to find a bed near a palm. Our room felt dark, I think this was mostly down to the abundance of palms outside that prevented natural light, partticularly ground floor. Our room had 2 double beds and personally I didn't think the room was big enough for two beds. One bed was pushed up against one wall and you'd have had difficulty getting out if you were wall side. The room would rave been better with one large bed. The bathrooms are very very small and the room would table benefitted from a pocket door as the small area was dominated by the door opening. there us a shuttle service to the beach, which we didn't use, so I can't say if it worked well. My review might sound negative, but it's just honest and practical, I did really like this place and I would recommend. Perhaps I'd just try an upstairs room next time. It's right next door to a small shopping are, with a publix, which was convenient and a few restaurants are an easy walk away including red lobster and a Cheesecake Factory. Considering the high prices of hotels in this are, it did offer good value.

    « Getaway »

Our standard room was clean, well maintained and the beds were very comfy. The room has a counter/bar with good size fridge and ample storage for drinks, and snacks. Room has a private porch with chairs facing the lush tropical garden that is cozy and whimsical. Very close to public beach, shopping and entertainment. The pool and hot tub are large. Excellent selection at the poolside breakfast. We will definately stay here again!

    « Nice hotel »

This is nice hotel for the money. Rooms were clean and updated breakfast was great too. Big pools, close to downtown nightlife. Close to beach as well, we had no issues at all during our stay. Would visit and stay again.

    « great family stay »

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast at the pool. Perfect stay for families and couples. Waterfalls into ponds filled with coi, two lovely pools with fish pictures and two hot tubs. Always a great experience stayed at this Hotel. (Survey from a swiss citizenship).

    « Great stay! »

What's not to like about the Naples inn and suites?.......Great location, nice, clean suite, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely pool areas and complimentary shuttle bus to the beach (saving $$$ as beach parking is extortionate!) Wish we'd discovered this place years ago.

« Our stay at Best Western Naples Inn and Suites »

Excellent hotel for vacation. The grounds are beautiful from the view from our patio, the walk through lush gardens. Waterfalls into ponds filled with coi, two lovely pools and two hot tubs. The hotel provides the towels for the pool and/or hot tub. Nice breakfast - hot/cold cereals, eggs, sausage patties or links, hash browns. Toast is available to make, ample pastries and even waffles. Juice, coffee or tea. A very enjoyable place to stay and can't wait to go back next year. Transportation is also provided to the beach. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful.

« Great breakfasts by the pool »

The room was very clean with lots of towels that were spotlessly clean. The fridge and microwave in the room came in very handy. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The two pools were an oasis of calm in the midst of a bust town. The landscaping of the grounds was excellent with fun brass monkeys in the trees and koi carp in the ponds. . The only down side was work being done to repair the road around the property but this has to be done sometime and we were there during a quiet time.

« Excellent older hotel with nice facilities »

We ended up here during Easter week as they had rooms we could afford..... Front office staff was very nice and even upgraded us for a minor fee. As my wife does not like stairs we ended up downstairs facing the pool in the far back unit. Very nice and clean unit with a kitchenette. Small sitting area outside each unit, but note there is one small step up to the pool surface so inconvenient if you have a wheel-chair. Nice international set of guests; well behaved kids and adults! The hotel is made up of five buildings of the older two level motel lined up so two enclosed pool areas. In addition a 4 story building next door. Although almost full the pools weren't overcrowded. Breakfast was a bit busy, but enough of everything for all; we just brought it back to our pool area. The hotel must be owned by someone with the same taste in art as i have; you can't go wrong if an establishment has a large BIG DOG outside! Plenty other whimsical statues around with lush, mature plantings. Immaculately clean and well kept. The location is best described as "convenient" on Tamiami Trail north of the hustle and bustle downtown. You can walk to Red Lobster and cross RT41 to get to Panera Bread, but you do need a car.

« Great value hotel in great location »

The Best Western Inn and Suites was a a delight! The staff were lovely, the amenities very good, with two swimming pools were good and the grounds around the site were well kept and interesting. The location was ideal, close to shops and the lovely beaches. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was excellent. The sitting room was large with two leather sofas, a very large t.v and a dining area. There was a well equipped kitchen area with cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bedroom contained two queen size beds, another large t.v. and a walk in wardrobe with safe. There was a good sized bathroom and the whole apartment was a delight....very quiet too. As mentioned the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our 13 night stay here was excellent. We spoke to a number of other guests who return year after year and we can understand why. The city of Naples is very exclusive with ridiculously priced homes ($60 million would you believe)! The beaches are beautiful, but be aware of parking fees. The upmarket area of 5th Avenue is worth a visit and the whole area of Naples is a wonderful place to stay (and this hotel makes an excellent base). We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

« Fab tropical setting, favourite lodgings »

We pulled in to the motel forecourt and the whole place looked very plain. When we got inside the room and saw through the huge patio doors to the amazing lush greenery of the courtyard and pool area we were stunned! Whilst the motel is outside the centre there is a complimentary shuttle bus to the beach. There is a microwave, fridge, safe, iron/ironing board. Lots of nice fluffy towels, lovely clean bathroom. The bed is very comfy. There is a little table with two chairs to sit at. You can access the pool from your patio doors Supermarket and Red Lobster and Cheesecake Factory nearby. The full breakfast is served by the pool and is very good. There are all the cold options cereal etc. You can make your own waffles. Scrambled egg, bacon and sausage for the hot options. We have been travelling the States for 9 weeks and this is one of our favourite hotels.

« wish we stayed longer »

Came to Naples just for 1 night. i booked this hotel in advance from England. I just booked a basic room with 2 double beds for a family of 4, When we arrived we had been upgraded to a suite with a bedroom with 2 double beds a living area with a huge tv and dvd player(a huge selection of dvds available from reception) a fully equiped kitchen which even had a dishwasher! and a large bathroom absolute bliss. I just wish we had stayed longer in Naples as it is such a beautiful place. Hotel is close to beach, shopping mall and many restaurants. The only down point on this hotel is there is no pool bar or any where to purchase food which was a bit disappointing although continental breakfast was included which we ate by the pool food a bit basic but we came to expect this for continental breakfast in the USA. The hotel had beautiful grounds and was clean throughout and reception staff extremely helpful.Extremely good value for the price we paid. Loved it!!

    « Tropical Get A Way »

The grounds of this hotel is beautiful---very tropical with waterfalls, fish ponds, lush plants and trees, and art work. The pool area is very nice also. The rooms are modern and very clean. Free breakfast is good as well--served out by the pool.

    « Loved it... »

We were upgraded to a condo which had a full kitchen! Beautiful suite for sure just steps from the beautiful pools... There's two pools plus two hot tubs... The entire outdoor area is stunning... Beautiful shrubs and trees so jungle like... Free DVDs rentals as each suite has a player... Huge selection too! Best of all was the free breakfast!!! Set up poolside and absolutely delicious such a great variety! Those cheesy hash browns I'll dream about! And the staff taking care of that breakfast each morning where above and beyond! Thank you ladies you were amazing! Overall perfect! Can't wait to come back as we are planning our holidays next year already

« Lovely one night stay »

We stayed for just one night on our way up to the gulf coast. With plenty of free parking and easy to find location it was very convenient. We had a basic room with two queen beds which are fine as doubles, although if we had stayed more than one night I would have gone for a proper double or King. The room was spotless and equipped with a fridge, microwave, huge telly and quiet air conditioning. The girls on reception were polite (but not overly friendly) and offered us a choice of first or second floor, we opted for second and had our own balcony which was lovely, and the downstairs rooms have a little patio but are not as private. The reception desk hold lots of DVDs which are free to borrow, and there are two pools and hot tubs so we were able to have a quiet evening swim by ourselves. Breakfast was a good buffet with waffle and pancake makers and was served outside around the pool which was enjoyable. The hotel also offers a free beach shuttle which we didn't use as we drove down (takes about 5 minutes) for just an evening stroll. Parking at the beach is easy and costs $2.50 an hour (you can have half hours too and pay by card). There is a nice mall just up the road with free parking so we ate in the food court there, although it's nothing fancy. Overall an excellent spot at a reasonable price.

« Great Value in Chic Naples »

Just back from staying a week here in early October 2016. Overall a really great stay, obviously very much out of season so good value for money but in no way did we get out of season service. The room I had booked two double beds would have been OK for a couple of days but as we were staying for a week we upgraded to a suite, Very good choice I would recommend booking a suite. The room I have to say has a little bit of a dated feel, probably could do with a full refurb soon, but was spotlessly clean with good facilities and huge number of towels. Two great pools that were very quiet except at the weekend when a large number of ?weekenders? arrived. Everyone mentions the breakfast and I'm happy to confirm all the positive comments. Location is great just a 5 min drive to the beach and they also run a free shuttle service. So overall if you are looking for great value for money in very expensive very chic Naples this is the place.

The entire staff went out of there way to make my visit a positive one. Front desk receptionist " Hanna" was a great help. Terrific room, terrific Breakfast, Terrific pools, terrific Service, and a Great location made my stay a very positive experience. I hope they include a restaurant and bar lounge in the future.

    « What a great stay! »

We stayed here for three days after we spent a week in Key West. We flew in and out of Fort Myers and decided to stay in Naples as a halfway point to do things in the Everglades as well as up in Ft Myers. We arrived around 9pm and the night staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a two queen bed room. It came with a microwave and min fridge/freezer! We had a first floor room and our patio walked us right out by the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast is served at the tiki hut! It had eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, yogurt, waffles, juices/milk. The grounds have these really cool gardens and decorations. They have koi ponds all over and even a 9 hole mini golf course! The pool was large (though didnt go in it) and a nice hot tub (which i did enjoy.) They also offer free shuttle to the Lowermilk Beach so you can save on parking fees! The beds were firm very comfortable and provided a good nights rest. The only recommendation i would give would be to get extra pillows. The ones they have do not provide much neck support. Great stay overall! Will definitely visit them again.

« Naples, the place to be. »

Great location with very helpful staff. The hotel is always fine tuning its facilities. Our favourite hotel in Florida. A feel safe area, close to great restaurants and shopping. You must go to the pier and on the great beaches.

    « This hotel is a benchmark for price-quality »

We're from the Netherlands and we stayed here in May/June 2011 and 2014. It is the bench mark for a good price-quality relationship. The hotel has a very nice garden with a small, but clean pool. During the night the garden is illuminated, creating a very special atmosphere. The rooms are clean and nice. Do take a room at the first floor however; you can just walk from your room into the garden or sit in front of it and enjoy a cup of coffee. The restaurant is located next to the pool. Breakfast is simple, but good. The hotel's staff is very friendly. Always talkative and giving the impression that you are appreciated as a guest. At approximately 20 minutes distance there's the Naples pier. This place is like paradise. There are shopping malls nearby. This is our favorite location when we are in Naples. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

    5
« My favourite family place to stay in Naples »

Rooms are clean and nicely furnished, staff always friendly, breakfast round the pool is very good, plenty of choice and always greeted with a smile. My only criticism is it would be nice if there were a lunchtime bar serving snacks. Having said that we purchased food at Publix which is very nearby, we have returned several times and would certainly recommend and will go back.

    « Beautiful resort hotel »

Just came back from a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its gotta be by far the best Best Western that i've stayed at. The property was beautiful with nice landscaping, pond with Koi fish, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and a mini put golf. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and also a good variety of food at rhe complimentary breakfast. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach where we saw dolphins and also lots of starfish and sand dollars. I can't say enough about this place. Will definately return. You will not be dissapointed.

    5
    « Best Western Naples »

We were very pleased with our stay, and it will be our first choice when we are back in the area. It has great artwork, is close to our route, and close to shopping that we needed. Thank you for such a nice experience!

From the front office staff to the beautiful landscaping to the attendants to the room, this is by far the best of the Best Westerns I've stayed at. It has it all. You feel like you're home. They thought of everything.

« I had to job to find it »

My sat nav took me everywhere but too the location but I met a lot of people as I tried to find it. My tip Put the name in not the street. The room was good and the service at the counter was too. I got into a discussion about my Reward points which made me a bit off but I have since found out that the guy was right and I was wrong. I did find the breakfast good but the bar a little near to the pool lol. The pools looked good and the location was fine here.

    « Spectacular Garden Oasis »

We arrived for a 4 night stay but wanted to stay forever. Wonderful caring staff at check in. Our apartment was perfectly clean with nice full size furniture. The kitchen appliance are ready for an update but worked fine for our needs. Every staff member I encountered in the halls greeted me politely in a hushed tone, keeping the atmosphere soothing. I can't say enough positive about the pool areas! The two saltwater pools and two good sized saltwater hot tubs were just perfect. The landscaping was phenomenal! Everywhere I looked there was something to enjoy, from the plants and flowers to the sculptures and ponds. They clearly have a talented staff that cares. The pool side breakfast was very, very nice with lots of staff present to keep everything full. Wonderful relaxing vacation in a beautiful garden atmosphere. Can't wait to return.

« Best of Best Western »

Had a VERY pleasant three day stay...received an upgrade to a suite and had ample space to spread out. Bathroom was very commodious. Internet was fast. Breakfast bar was at poolside and amply stocked. Two pools and two hot tubs/jacuzzis made it easy to enjoy and relax without being crowded out. The grounds were very tropical and well maintained.

« Feels like home to me! »

I stayed April 24-May18, 2016 and will be there Nov.22-Dec 13, 2016. I've had this routine for the last many years. All staff are super friendly. Hotel is quiet and clean and within walking distance of Publix 5 min., Walgreens 4min., 5 restaurants, regional mall 5 min. and public access to beach 20 min. ( rent a bike from hotel if 20 min. is too long) Site feels like the set of a Tarzan movie with all the mature tropicals. Quiet, clean rooms. A real escape. I love it for an early start to summer or to prolong summer

    5
    « Great Visit »

All thumbs up on this facility. We held a family get together in July. Starting with Christian on the reservations desk, the facility was well run and well staffed. Rooms were clean and seemed recently renovated. Pool and breakfast areas were great. This property is very cost effective for Naples. I don't think I would stay anywhere else.

« beautiful place was very surprise »

good service, people are very nice and professional.will probably come back and recommend it to friends.room clean, place close to attraction and restaurant.its very quiet for older couple. breakfast was ok, need a little more option, the same menu for two days.

« Front desk spoilt it »

Don't get me wrong. The guy at the front desk was polite always but his refusal to add my visit to my Rewards card because it had been booked through Booking.com put me off. I've stayed in BWs throughout the USA on visits and never encountered that at all at any other. So it put my back up which was a shame because as I have already said he was excellent otherwise. The breakfast was good although one had to be careful not to fall in the swimming pool. The facilities were fine and although I never used it the beach shuttle seemed a good idea because parking there was a nightmare for me (a Limey of advanced age) Not their fault but my GPS wouldn't find it with the address. Enter Best Western Naples not the address is my tip. Anyway the sum result was that I checked out and went to Fort Myers instead of staying another night. Got a better deal and my Rewards points without a query, in fact Heather saw my card as I took my credit card out and asked for it. No problem and I added another night on. I'll drive back to Naples if I want to visit there

    5
    « Lovely place »

Hotel is in a great location Surprised how nice the rooms were, given the choice of 2 rooms and advised to have on the first floor. Spot on. We had a suite which was spacious for 3 adults, overlooked the pool and also some amazing lighting storms! Plenty of choice for breakfast and the ladies each morning so bubbly and welcoming. Grounds of the hotel were well kept and been able to watch the fish from the balcony was a pleasure

    « Beautiful Place »

Such a beautiful hotel. I was surprised how nice the rooms were, I wasn't expecting that. I would recommend this place to everyone. Our whole experience was great! It is also conveniently located to downtown Naples. Just a short drive to beach and nightlife. I was surprise that they also have bus shuttle to the beach and back if you don't want to drive.

    « Great stay again! »

We had another amazing stay in June . The hotel continues upgrading both gardens and rooms .The hotel was very busy but never felt crowded around the pools although was a little too busy a times in the breakfast area and it was sometimes difficult to find a place to sit but who cares when you are is such great surrounding. The breakfast ladies were always smiling and very efficient. They work very hard. We can't wait to return and just hope the USD/GBP settles and we can afford to come back!!

    « Naples »

We stayed in a King Suite.. The room layout was great, the furniture and bed were extremely comfortable, the ambience of the property was great. Breakfast outside under the Tiki Style Roof by the pool was great

« Relaxing, friendly and excellent service for the money »

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel .Great location ...25 minutes walk to the beach. Shopping just few minute away . Breakfast very good and the girls behind the counters very friendly and polite . We liked it a lot ,so we booked the condo for a week in October again . A lot of good restaurants around for much more reasonable prices than 5th or 3rd .

    5
« Excellent value for money »

We stayed for two nights and thought the hotel was excellent. We had a lovely ground floor room overlooking the pool. The breakfast was excellent and made us feel like the hotel were really trying to impress. The main pool is great too - my only improvement would be to install some more comfortable loungers. The air conditioning in our room was great and we thought the beds were really comfortable. If you are looking for a good value place to stay in Naples then look no further.

    « Great Hotel, But.... »

This is a great hotel and the setting is excellent! The staff is great and the rooms are very nice. The only problems were with the bed pillows and the Satellite TV! First the pillows... The are filled with chunks of foam and therefore are lumpy and firm. I found them to be very uncomfortable. The satellite TV... well this may be good in Los Angeles where it rains 1 week a year but in South Florida, especially in the summer where it rains several times a day, it is worthless. No picture or broken picture is not what you want to see. They need cable!

    5
    « Great Stay »

Excellent location!I wasn't sure what to expect but once we got there we were happy with our decision... Especially since it was near the beaches and stores. The staff was very friendly and the condo was great. Would recommend.

« Beautiful stay in Naples »

When I showed up to check in there was a actual retired fire truck parked in front of the restaurant next door (part of the hotel) with a memorial on it to the 911 firefighters that died , being I am a retired firefighter from NY it meant a lot to see this , the center court yard is a beautiful garden with waterfalls , koi ponds and the breakfast buffet in a tiki hut , there is also a air conditioned area to eat as well . my room was a nice suite , full kitchen , living room , bedroom and bathroom , it also had a screened in balcony , it was just one night but I was very impressed

« Great place to stay »

We liked this hotel. From the moment you walk into reception, the welcome is warm and friendly. Our room was adequate in terms of size and we were given a choice on whether it was on ground or first floor. We chose ground. Our room opened onto the pool and in the morning, poolside became the outside breakfast area. This aspect was really cute, as eating a breakfast in the sun and by the pool was cool. The breakfast itself was as good as anywhere else we've been on this trip. The staff are really genuine and friendly. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and would return again.

    « We'll be back! »

Great room on ground floor. Parked directly outside room, walked out back door onto pool side / breakfast area. Location is superb to visit all Naples attractions. Beach 5 minutes drive, large Mall with Cheesecake Factory directly over the road. Staff extremely helpful. Spoke to one employee at length gaining local knowledge about a day trip to Marco Island. Rooms very spacious and comfortable - fridge freezer, microwave, powerful shower, daily housekeeping etc. crazy golf was free and the fish are fab to watch. it was great value for money and we will return. Another plus was the quiet and efficient air con which allowed a good nights sleep.

We live in Miami and decided on a quick little get away to Celebrate our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Naples is a short 2 hour drive away......We had a lovely experience at our Hotel, Best Westerrn Naples Inn & Suites. The check in went smoothly and quickly. We booked through Travel Zoo and got a good rate. The Staff was so helpful and friendly. I put in a special request which they honored. The Breakfast by the pool was quite satisfactory. The second morning we asked to extend our stay for one more day and they handled it efficiently. They have a large DVD library we used for free and we were able to sign into our Netflix account and watch several movies on a nice TV on rainy afternoons, it is summer in Florida after all. There are lots of places to eat in the area and we had several nice meals. The property is very nice and we would definitely love to stay there again...

« Best Western Naples Florida »

We have stayed here at this Best Western now every time we come to Naples. We have enjoyed this motel each time we come. The rooms are very clean and neat. We like the layout of the rooms. The are more private than most. Love the landscaping and the statues. It is a fun place to stay!

Very nice tropical setting. Clean, courteous and accommodating. We needed to extend the stay to complete a job we were on and even though the hotel showed that it was at full capacity online, they accommodated. We will keep this Best Western at the top of the list for upcoming jobs in the Naples area.

« Wonderfull staff and an unforgettable vacation »

Best Western Naples Inn & Suites is an exellent hotel; from the housekeepers to their managers they are a very welcoming staff. Breakfast is very good as well. I highly recomend this property as it has been one of the most clean I have seen. Again, I can't fully express how gratefull my family and I are. Top notch for a mid-scale hotel.

    « Paradise »

I swear, I felt like I was at an exotic Caribbean resort. Rooms clean, updated, close proximity to parking, pool, food. Great service, great prices, quiet despite being full. Lots of kids because it's summer, but GREAT breakfast stuff, bagels, croissants, pastries, multiple waffle makers, great OJ, tons of bacon, sausage, great tropical setting. Close to everything around town. PLENTY OF GREAT THICK TOWELS AND FRIENDLY FUNNY cleaning crew.

« Good place, good price »

This is a nice, comfortable place. Excellent front desk service. We ask to see the bedroom first before make any reservation and they were very pleasant. Check-in process was fast. The employees were very polite. Breakfast is included and they had variety on the menu. Self serve. We stay for two nights, no loud sounds or high volume music. The room was nice and VERY CLEAN. Thanks!

    « Weekend in Naples »

The Best Western only gets a 4 star because of their poor wi-if. I understand that wifi is not the reason people stay in a hotel. However, when my iPhone, my wife's iPad, and my sons computer can not connect to their wi-fi, there's an issue. When we called the front desk a young man stated it was because "we" had a virus. Not the right answer or the correct diagnosis. Now, let's talk about the apartment type rooms we stayed in.... Fabulous, they were recently updated, very clean and spaces. Check in staff was wonderful, helpful and polite. They have two nice swimming pools, and breakfast was great. Best Western is only about 1.2 miles from the beach, however, they offer transportation to and from the beach, and bicycle rentals also. I understand wi-fi is not the reason to stay at a hotel, you should go and and enjoy the location you are visiting. But, when the day is done, and relaxing in your hotel room. Wi-fi for the kids sure does help.

« Excellent Hotel, great maid service »

We stay at this hotel for 4 nights and they did an excellent job with us; we staying with my 3 years old son and he was so happy playing in the pool, looking the fishes in the morning on our way to get coffee; we never have breakfast (wich was included) but it was always ready on time and serve by very attentive personal (smiling every morning). Also, the rooms were always super clean and fresh towels every day made by Andrea who was smiling all the time; I see the movement of housekeeping management in the afternoon checking the rooms after the maid finish it up and let me tell you its one of the best details I found in this hotel. Great Job people !!!. Thank you so much for this wonderful vacations.

    « Love this hotel »

Love this place we were earlier our room was ready .For the price wasn't expecting a lot but I was totally fooled. You would think we paid a lot to stay here NOT. Been at 4 other hotels or resort and this is my favorite . Room is great size we had a room pool side not loud at all very quiet very nice grounds close to restaurants and stores we actually walked to Red Lobster and Walgreens. Parking easy ice machines close by room vending pool and the best breakfast buffet and best wifi we had this whole trip . Zoo is close by and we went to Billy swamp Safari which is an hour in a half away but it was great location is great pool great can't say enough about this place if I ever come back to Naples I will stay here again and highly recommend

« 4 nights in a too small familly room »

The average note of our stay will remain positive but we had a few less points compared with our stay in other best western hotels. The familly rooms are too small for'a familly with teenagers, small beds aswell. The bathroom is absolutely uncomfortable. The of hygienic paper need a physical, effort,or very long arms, see picture. The nice points are a beautifull pool in a nice garden, the breakfast aroud the pool, the staff that are really freindly and helpfull. The location is central, close to'the beach and the fishing pier.

    « Pleasant Stay »

For a quiet and friendly environment, this is the place! Not only is it conveniently close to many establishments, but their breakfast by poolside was wonderful! The pool area is inviting and the pool itself was the perfect temperature with sparkling blue water. Although I was here for business, the time I was able to spend at the hotel made it feel like a mini-vacation. I certainly hope to return.

« Too Good for a One Night Stay! »

Lovely, cool, reasonably sized room opening right out onto the beautifully landscaped pool area was just the beginning of our good experiences at this beautiful motel which is actually closer to a resort hotel! All the staff were unfailingly happy, helpful and smiling! The more you search the grounds the more little gems you find- hippo sculptures made out of horseshoes, giraffes grazing among the palm trees and the wonderful train of elephants out on the front lawn are just some of the highlights! There is also an NY fire engine that commemorates, or may have been involved in, 9/11. More investigation required there! The breakfast is served poolside and it helps to get there early or late to get a shady table, but the staff were so helpful and happy and the range of items so gargantuan it is worth that little bit of effort! I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a few nights stay. Its location with easy access to both the freeway and downtown Naples is superb (the amazing Brookes Burgers is pretty close as well, as is my favourite sandwich/cake shop Panera!) and it is a real gem for the money. Definitely too good for a one night stay!

« awesome grounds to stroll around, great bonus... »

great older place but so comfortable. the grounds are spectacular with lighting and sculptures everywhere. It was a very pleasant surprise. a pool in the middles and we were able to eat outside on the patio. Nice sitting areas outside our room on the bottom floor. I would definitely recommend coming here to really relax in an awesome setting.

« Friendly hotel, handy location »

We were upgraded to a small suite on arrival which was much appreciated. The room was very comfortable with good beds. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. While the location is on Interstate 41, it is really convenient to get to the Naples Pier and old town shopping (10 minute drive). The room rate was very reasonable compared to many other hotels in the vicinity. I would definitely consider going back if I am in the Naples area.

« Wonderful hotel with fabulous grounds »

Truly a gem in the best western hotel chain. Lush grounds with plants and ponds of koi fish. Gave the illusion you have the place to yourself. Two swimming pools to choose from. We had the cleanest room with a full kitchen and dining/living room. We will be staying there again when we visit next time!

« A Great weekend getaway for the 4th. time straight. »

This is Donald, Julio and Nico giving everyone our personal interaction at the "BEST" Best Western that we've had the pleasure of visiting in the last 2 years and more than 4 times. I feel its very important to cover all basis, from the moment you enter th premises you are greeted by a wonderful staff Marie (mgr) Hannah, Yuri and Robert they all have wonderful smiles and accommodate your every need from the time you check-in until you depart. Our wonderful housekeeper "Katia" and the AMAZING staff that prepares an AMAZING breakfast for the entire number of guests each and every day .. Dilcia Fernandez and Yamirla Alvarez. They call it a Continental Breakfast but it's so much more, like a fresh self serve Buffet of Danishes, eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Cereal, Waffles, Coffees, Juices, Bagels, Fruit, Muffins ETC. The room rates are great and the services during your stay are ONE OF A KIND! During this weekend stay we had the pleasure of meeting some interesting families from Norway, Brazil and Belgium. Life is worth living!

    « Beautiful hotel »

This has been the best hotel we've stayed in this trip. Beautifully manicured tropical grounds. 2 pools and hot tubs with abundance of koi ponds and animal sculptures. It's a very tropical setting with breakfast served on the pool patio. Rooms were very spacious the suite had separate living area that opened to pool area. Very clean. We will always stay here when visiting again. Kids did not want to leave.

« Wonderful hotel and Great Staff »

We stayed at this hotel whilst on our way from Key West to Orlando. We found it purely by chance but wow, what a find!!! Unfortunately we only stayed one night. We checked in quite late and were greeted by a wonderful Receptionist who was welcoming and friendly (I wish I could remember her name). We requested an accessible room and were given a 100% perfect room. The best we stayed in! It was a corner room and it was very large and extremely clean. The bathroom was perfect for disabled people. The air conditioning was great too. There was a huge TV and DVD player with a library of free DVDs at Reception. The beds were clean and very comfortable! Heaven! We were told there was free breakfast at the pool in the morning so we thought we'd go down and try it out. Wow!!!! It was fantastic. There was plenty of choice and it was fresh and very tasty. You could even cook your own waffles and pancakes with all of the trimmings. The pool/breakfast area was exquisite and very unique. There were fountains, lots of lush greenery, fish and lots of stunning ornaments. There were also a lot of seating and statues made from horseshoes. It felt like we were in paradise. Everyone was so friendly and relaxed. I wish we could have stayed much longer. I'll definitely be going back there for longer next time! Thank you.

« Great value, rooms, pool and breakfast »

We were on a long trip around Florida and this was the best value hotel we stayed in. It's great value with lovely gardens and pool, very helpful breakfast staff and front desk staff. Its well located with access to Lowerdermilk beach and other attractions. There are shopping malls (with a Publix) nearby and restaurants - try the Cheesecake Factory. We had a ground floor room so had direct access to the pool which was never crowded, room was large, with 2 double beds and all other facilities,

Property was immaculate. Grounds were like staying in Hawaii. View is from our ground floor patio. We stayed in Room 125, June 30th and checked out July 2nd. Our room also had one of the new energy efficient air conditioning units which was wall mounted.

    « something different »

We stayed for one night in this hotel. It would be difficult to describe the hotel to give a true reflection. The rooms face a central courtyard which contains the swimming pool and hot tub. This area is also home to fish ponds, a small golf course and numerous metal art sculptures of animals which add a different atmosphere to the place. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The large pool area was comfortable and well equipped. An added bonus was the continental breakfast also included hot buffet of a very good standard, this could be eaten inside or sat around the swimming pool

    5
    « Perfect Stay »

Just returned from trip to Naples. This hotel was perfect. Because we were staying with other family, I was able to see standard rooms and suites. Both are very nice. The advantage of the suites is that they have a separate sitting area and the bathrooms are huge. Two gorgeous pools that were well maintained. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and decorated. Even a small put put golf area. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, breads, waffles etc. Location is great, near shopping and the beach.

    « First Naples vacation »

My wife and I stayed here for our first Naples vacation and fell in love with this place. We stayed in the King condo room and it was worth every penny. Originally we booked the room for two nights but since we loved the place we extended our stay by one night. The continental breakfast is one of the best I have seen offered by a hotel. Lots of choices and tasty food. The landscaping, coy ponds, and choice of decor contributed to its mass appeal. We can't wait to come back with our family. Not far from the beach and other local attractions. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

    « Overnight Business Stay »

I recently stayed at the Best Western Naples Inn & Suites and was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of the property. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pools were beautiful and so well maintained. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL sculptures around the property!! I was only able to stay one night but I would have liked to have stayed the whole weekend. Plus they have free miniature golf, bike rentals and access to the beach. What's not to love?

« Love it, love it, love it. »

My second visit and certainly not my last. We arrived hoping to get the room we had last time but unfortunately it was still occupied as someone had extended their stay. Can't say I blame them. Renee on reception, put us into room 112 which was at the end of the row and was just as good if not better, than our last stay. The rooms are spacious and spotless and ours had a lovely view over the pool. The air con is fierce and the choice of TV channels is second to none. The girls who run the breakfast bar are the nicest, kindest ladies you could ever wish to meet and are always cheery even in the early morning. The choice of breakfast goodies is extensive and comes free with the room. Everything is fresh and easy to access. You can make your own waffles and toast your own bagels and they have copious amounts of coffee and juice and all manner of cereals and fruit. The pool is cleaned daily and is a pleasure to splash about in. It's never too busy and there are two to choose from. The maid, by mistake, put my nightdress in with the sheets and took it away. I asked reception to search it out for me. It was returned the next morning, washed and dried by a lovely lady from housekeeping. One evening, our room refused to lock! We advised reception and 10 minutes later, Randy, the handyman came round and fixed it right up for us. Lovely friendly man even though he had to return as he was on his way home. Bless him! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the staff, especially Renee on reception are exceptional and the most helpful, nicest people. I will definitely, DEFINITELY be returning.

    « Paradise found »

I have stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions. I can't recommend it enough. We were made to feel so welcome on arrival by Renee, she was fabulous all the way through our 10 day stay. The maids who cleaned the room daily are so lovely and thorough. The breakfast on offer is fantastic, so much choice and the ladies who serve are so friendly. There was a particular lady who is training to be a nurse (sorry, I can't remember her name), she was so helpful and friendly, I am sorry I didn't get to say thank you to her personally as our last day turned out to be her day off. Hopefully she'll be there next time we go back. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It looks nothing from the road, but once you walk through the French Windows onto the sun terrace, you will understand why I called it paradise found.

    « Nice. »

« The pros have cons here... »

So found this hotel when we stayed in Naples last year and thought it would be perfect for a family weekend together! In a nutshell here are some pros and cons. Pro: the landscaping is BEAUTIFULLY done! Con: the landscapers start at it at 9am in the morning with the trimmers and hedgers blaring so really not able to sleep in. Pro: the room is impeccably clean and smells great! Con: the impeccable maid herself bangs on your door also at 9am and then opens the door from the outside themselves to start cleaning your room at that time even though check out isn't until 11. Pro: they have free continental breakfast. Easy things like coffee and the typical stuff. Con: if you like to sleep in they put everything away before 10 so you're out of luck. Another con- the other hotel guests that wake up in time to enjoy the breakfast come screaming and hollering up and down your hallway before 9am again- ruining all semblance to resting. I guess thats enough for now. Bottom line is that a hotel is suppose to refresh you--this one definitely does not.

    5
    « Wonderful Night! »

We chose this hotel for the ratings and the decor. It did not disappoint. We will absolutely stay here again and I hope we can stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Absolutely wonderful! It was close to the area I had a business meeting at and the staff were helpful in recommending a restaurant. P.s. Truluck's was fantastic. Have the surf & turf! Overall, the pools were wonderful, the outside space was beautifully landscaped and the rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean.

« A great place to stay, would recommend if in the area »

We were only staying here for one night but enjoyed our stay very much. Arriving before check in time we thought we would just check if a room was available, it was and we were soon in our spacious very well appointed room. Twin wash basins in the dressing area plus a full bathroom. Two flat screen TVs, a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool in fact everything a traveller could wish for. After lunch in the nearby Village on Venetian Bay we returned to the hotel pool, both pools have plenty of sun beds and pool towels are available from reception. Breakfast in the morning served by the Tiki Hut, self service buffet with lots of choice, seating in the garden around the hut, overlooking the pool of Koi Carp. The waiting staff preparing the eggs etc were very good in fact an excellent breakfast. The only negative was the paper plates and plastic cutlery, I know there is a reason however I personally still prefer the real thing. The gardens are lovely with lots of art work, statues etc. If looking for somewhere to stay in Naples in the near future we would definitely return.

« This place is wonderful! »

This is an excellent place to stop off when in the Naples area. Located near the beach and not too far from the city centre it is very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and spacious and all have eithier a balcony or patio overlooking one of the two pools. When my partner left something behind in the safe the kind and helpful staff quickly located it and forwarded it on to us - many thanks!

    « A Perfect '10'!! »

I ONLY have good things to say about the Best Western Inn & Suites in Naples, Fl. My husband and I were passing through on our way to Key West for our 25th anniversary. It was a rainy, muggy night and we had no prior reservations, but not only did the hotel manager - Yuri Ambrosio - give us a great room, he immediately upgraded us to a sweet suite! (the 'apartment', as my husband and I lovingly referred to it). It was clean, SO comfy, so wonderful, that we decided to stay a second night. In between, we just hung out there - enjoying all the hotel - more like a relaxing resort! - has to offer. (even our car 'enjoyed' its' sheltered parking space!) The courtyard-like pool area was surrounded with palm trees, beautiful landscaping, with flowering gardens, foliage, koi ponds(with some huge fish in there!) and exquisite artisan sculptures. LOTS of sculptures! We took many photos of those! It was just so relaxing and serene there. It was hard to leave. After we did, we went to the nearby beach, walking along and picking up little sea treasures! A big 'Thank You' and high kudos go to all the staff there, including Yuri, Hannah, Renee, JR, the breakfast staff, housekeeping, etc. for making our brief stay a very special one. We stayed in five other BW hotels while on our trip, but the Best Western Inn & Suites in Naples, FL made it the most memorable (in a great way)!! Thank you! :)

    « A small piece of paradise »

We spent 6 nights here at the beginning of June there was 15 of us in total. Out rooms were scattered around the ground floor all looking around the pool! Rooms are standard 2 double beds bathrooms are fairly small but extremely adequate. Every room was very clean and the staff were fantastically helpful! The very plentiful breakfast made the stay very good value for money! This was our second stay and will definitely be coming back the quirky hotel is great for couples, families and large groups like ourselves. The kids loved the pool which was also very well kept.

    « Love it! »

This Best Western is terrific. It's located on a busy street but once you're on the property you feel like you're secluded. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The grounds have a tropical atmosphere. There are two nice size pools and plenty of outside seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for three fabulous nights. Two pools and ample sunbeds, The breakfast was first class and the ladies looking after the buffet were so friendly and happy to chat

    « Great value!!! »

My wife booked this hotel through Hotwire based on the high review ratings. We were very impressed when we arrived. The hotel is very well maintained and nicely decorated. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed their free breakfast every morning. Good selection of breakfast items. All the employees were very friendly. They have 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis. We were very happy with the accommodations and would highly recommend them. The manager came around at breakfast and asked how everyone's stay was going? Very attentive place. Also the hotel is very close to a Publix plaza and a bunch of other restaurants and shops.

I have stayed at this hotel five times in the last twenty odd years or so. Although its been some twelve years since my last visit it felt good to be back. A few changes all good.So down to basics, for the price approx $90 with a great breakfast, cooked and cold 10/10. The ladies who look after breakfast so nice and helpfull 10/10. Reception 10/10 thanks especially to Marie 10/10.Rooms 8.5/10 very clean comfortable beds, bathrooms, fridge ,microwave, big tv. Housekeeping10/10.Lovely grounds Very convenient for everything.

« Incredible value for the price »

We stayed one night in this lovely property and were truly impressed with the quality of the rooms and availability of on-site amenities. The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Fifth Ave, but there are beautiful beach access locations less than 5 minutes away by car. The rooms are well appointed and very clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ponds with koi fish and a mini golf area enhance the ambiance. Breakfast in the morning is served by the pool, with a huge variety of options, including eggs, sausage, waffle stations, toasts, yogurt, fruit, juices and coffee. It would be difficult to make it to town or the beaches without a car, but if you have a car, this is a really worthwhile stay.

« Biggest bang for your buck! »

This is a hidden secret. It is an older facility, but very well maintained. Pool has been remodeled. No mold anywhere in units. Breakfast is as good as I've seen. Top notch staff. Very nicely decorated. I noticed and chatted with many Europeans who are repeat customers. We will be back.

    « Lovely visit »

My husband and I went to Naples and stayed in this hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful the room was lovely clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds of the hotel were lovely I would stay there again.

    « Exotic landscape »

The Naples Best Western is beautiful and quiet. The landscape is very lush and full of beautiful plants. Looks like a Botanical Garden. The room had all the necessary items including a refrigerator and microwave. The pool was beautiful and was between 3 to 8 feet deep, Hot tub was very nice too and would accommodate around 8 people. Breakfast was a step above other BW locations.

« Nice surroundings, fantastic staff »

I stayed 3,5 week in this hotel, and I enjoyed it every day. There are 2 nice swimming pools and 2 jacuzzis in tropical surroundings.A great breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, waffles, pastries ...) is served at one of the swimming pool. Altough this is a motel and not a 5* hotel, the staff is fantastic (breakfast hut, multi lingual front desk, housekeeping, maintenace) and will do all they can to make you feel at home (in fact, better than at home !). The breakfast hut staff is always smiling, and have a nice word that makes you starting the day with a great mood. Free wifi in the room and on the pools helped me stay in contact with relatives and friends. The hotel is not on the beach, but several beaches are just a couple of miles from the hotel. I've stayed in this hotel several times, and each time I see something new or renewed.

Our suite was very comfortable. Two tv screens allowed us each to watch our favorite shows. Only draw back. The AC was on the balcony and was so noisy that we never did sit outside. The grounds were gorgeous and was like visiting a rain forest. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. I did not like the scrambled eggs, which were out of a container, nor the bacon which was like no bacon I had ever eaten before. But there were waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and other items, preventing anyone from starvation!!

Arrival staff was terrific, grounds are clean. Once on the grounds you feel like your in your own little Island world. Very cute & fun. I can't comment on the food as we weren't there long enough to try it but next time we are in Naples we will stay longer at the Best Western.

    « For Marie »

We ended up in Naples by accident this time, we had walked out of the filthy accommodation provided by our tour operator, and after checking that a room was available at the hotel for a few days we drove down to Naples, knowing that if it was possible Marie would find a way to extend our stay for us. Our hopes were fulfilled as they always are at The Inn and Suites and Marie worked her magic, even though it was mothers day weekend, what a star! The hotel just gets better every time we visit, the gardens have been trimmed back to improve the views of the pools and terraces from the surrounding rooms and suites, the rooms have been redecorated again, the houskeeping staff are brilliant, the new complimentary breakfast is excellent and the staff make everyone feel welcome. We really like this place, I can't remember how long we have been visiting, but it calls to us every year, its just one of those experiences in our travels, since we discovered it we have been going back every year or so, just for the sheer pleasure of sitting and looking out over the beautiful tropical gardens, at a place that everyone that meet there wants to return to. As alway a wonderful stay, thanks to everyone, especially Marie

    « Brilliant as usual »

I have reviewed this hotel before but after another great stay have to write another .its the best & in the best location . Maria on reception extremely helpful & goes out of her way to help, as do the other reception staff . The breakfast girls are so helpful & can't do enough to help. They say good morning to everyone,& can I get anything for you . The breakfast is very good with hot & cold items & plenty of choice . The rooms are spotless & lovely fresh white linen on the beds & thick fluffy towels . The housekeeping staff are very efficient & helpful. Maintenance is good & Randy & colleague always there to help with any problems. We didn't have any issues with anything . The in room fridge & microwave very useful . DVDs available to borrow free of charge as evry room has a player. We did use this service which is very useful. The gardens are lovely & planted with palms & other plants also a large fish pond. All very well kept. So thank you to all at best western Naples inn & suites for another lovely stay & hope to be back .

    « Loved it! »

Wonderful place for the family. Great rates for a nice clean facility. Room was well appointed and the tv's wee hi-def DirecTV. We stayed here to visit friends in Naples and the location was perfect. Loved the koi ponds and how beautiful the addressed the property. The pools were excellent and fun to use. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Naples.

    « Great Place »

Stayed in the Condo portion and it was just about perfect. The location is near everything-downtown, zoo, Art Museum, Car museum, big Mall. The grounds around the Hotel are excellent, the rooms, beds, televisions, wifi are all great.

A fantastic place to stay at a very affordable price. Just about anything you would want is here. Breakfast alone was better than most restaurants. The landscape and rooms were taken care of with pride.

« A nice tropical feeling in Naples »

Hotel: The hotel has something tropical and made us feel as if we where in key west again. A lot of palm trees and a nice scenery with ponds and bridges. This place gave the holiday feeling as it should! Price: Prices where low for the time we visited and it was wel worth the money! Room: The rooms are big and the two beds are comfortable the setup of the room is good and the balcony with the view on the pool was a nice extra, gave it a real resort feel without the resort fee. some things look like they could use some TLC but overall the room was good and quiet for us. bathroom: The bathroom is quite standard and nothing fancy, could use a refurbishment to be honest. Services: It has 2 pools and 2 spa's which are free to use. Next to this the hotel has free wifi aswell. Food: The breakfast was good and well prepared and had a lot of options. the addition of fresh fruit in the morning was a nice bonus! neighborhood: It's close to the naples mall where you can get enough to eat and shop. The enclosed way the hotel is setup never make you look at the neighborhood to be honest. The beaches are also within a 10 minute drive. Parking: A lot of free parking available at the complex and if you have the lower rooms you can even park in front of your door since it's a motel type of accommodation. Overall: this is a good value for your money when staying in Naples, yes there might be better locations, but those are more expensive. It's close to a lot of things in Naples and really gives the holiday feeling. Would stay here again if i would go to Naples.

« Friendly welcome but a quirky layout »

What can I say. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and had great air conditioning. Our room had been updated and had a new split a/c unit that was silent. Also a huge LCD tv with access to a huge library of DVD in reception. Beds were very good. Only gripe was poor quality coffee in the room but the coffee with the breakfast was good. Would we stay here again probably not but through no fault of the hotel as we will probably never go back to Naples

    « Amazing stay. »

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it just gets better and better. Hannah who was lovely checked us in and managed to get us in to our room early They continue to update the rooms and amenities all the time . We had a suite in a lovely location in the tropical gardens . The breakfast which was always good is even better now with lots of choice and the two ladies who look after the breakfast area are so friendly and greet you with a lovely welcome every morning. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the gardens are just amazing. Highly recommend . We hope to be back later in the year and would not stay anywhere else.

« Very relaxing and peaceful »

Naples is very picturesque and this is a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants are close by. Or you can simply relax by the poolside at this lovely peaceful hotel. There were 4 adults in our party

    « One night stand »

The property was well kept, the rooms were very clean and tidy, the breakfast was wonderful! I would recommend this Best Western Naples Inn and Suites to anyone and to all. The prices were great too! The location was good for the area off the main road with grocery stores, restaurants and other businesses within walking distance.

« Clean and good location. »

This hotel is really well kept and the rooms are clean and have massive LCD TV's. Reception staff were really friendly and parking outside every room. We had a ground floor which was really nice with the patio doors leading to outdoor seating and onto the pool area. My only complaint would be the size of the bathroom which was tiny however very clean.

    5
    « A pearl in Best Western's chain »

We stopped here for a one night stay and were delighted with our choice. The welcome we received at check-in was warm and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We were situated in a second-floor balcony room overlooking the main pool with a view of lush vegetation. Although the hotel is situated on a busy street, most rooms and common areas are well away from the traffic in an oasis of quiet. The room was very clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and charmingly decorated. Breakfast was served in the Chickee by the pool where there were plenty of shaded tables and loungers. Overall this hotel gives great value, and if we ever return to Naples this is where we will stay.

    5
« Nice stay for a reasonable price... »

Reasonably priced & all the amenities you'd want - nice sized fitness area, pool, hot tub, etc. The free breakfast in the dining area is kind of slim pickings, but, that tends to be the case with most places. The cable & internet was down briefly. But, after checking with the front desk, I was assured they were working on it. Repaired in time for the night's OKC-Warriors playoff basketball game :)

    5
    « Beautiful grounds »

Found this place on the internet and was very happy. The rooms are small but very clean. The grounds around the pool area is fabulous. Breakfast is included which is exceptional. When traveling to Naples again, we will definitely stay here.

    5
« Clean and with excellent ammenities! »

Arriving at the BW Naples Inn & Suites is an experience. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and full of art work! The two pools, mini golf course, and numerous fish ponds in the grounds make you feel as if you are in a resort on an island in the Caribbean. The room was very clean and comfortable! Overall, the stay was wonderful and we are already looking forward to the next time we can stay there!

    5
    « Fab stay - again!!!! »

This was our second visit and once again we were impressed from start to finish (it has a more 'homely' feel than Inn on Fifth where we stayed last year). The room first offered was too dark, no problem in moving us to another - great customer service. The grounds and pools are spectacular, especially eating breakfast in the outdoors and watching koi carp swimming around you. In a great location to get around, Coastland Mall across the road, beach down the road etc. Room was big with 2 beds and clean. If I had any (small) gripe it would be the design of the bathroom - you need to be Stretch Armstrong to reach the toilet paper from the toilet!!! lol :-) Would definately stay again.

I have to say what a beautiful place and very spacious room. Very clean and in well kept shape and the hotels employees Ken and Lisbeth are very courteous and professional and very helpful with any ?s you may have. I have to say definitely one of the best places I've stayed thus far. Definitely worth the trip this direction to stay here.

« Stayed for 3 nights on a road trip »

Booked a couple of days ahead and went for the slightly higher option of a suite - lovely big spacious area - lounge with dining area, decent size kitchen with all amenities, spacious bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks, large bedroom with walk in wardrobe. Reception staff very efficient and helpful and breakfast staff always smiling and again very helpful. Excellent location for 'doing' Naples. Approx a mile from the beach and a couple of miles to 5th Avenue. Publix and other shops one block down. Hotel quiet even though it's on the 41 - Tamiami Trail. Suite block behind main hotel with covered parking. The grounds are beautiful and there are two pools and a hot tub - we didn't use either tho. Breakfast is served in this area - good choice of continental options. My ONLY criticism - it needs a privacy curtain in the bedroom as we had to keep the curtains closed if we wanted to change etc. Still I couldn't mark it down for that. A jolly good, very reasonably priced hotel. Best Western has not let us down.

    5
    « Great place!!! »

Great hotel at reasonable rate. Really nice courtyard and pool area. Our room was large and included a microwave, fridge, and balcony. Large big screen TV. Very clean inside and out. Friendly staff. We stayed three days and really enjoyed it. Best wifi I have ever had at a hotel.

    5
    « Most Unexpected - What a pleasure! »

My girl friend and I were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the grounds were maintained. The artwork placed all around and Koi pond are really appealing. The large clean pools very inviting! The view from the beautifully renovated room was amazing. Everything about the breakfast was great. I'll be back!

    4
« The pool area is the best part »

Large prizeworthy hotel 2 miles from city center. External decorstion you can not miss, elephants, fire trucks and train. Two pools with sun beds and sun decks. Breakfast is served at pool side and has most item you would expect and attentive staff as well. Hotel is motel style so you park outside your room. Medium sized room with fridge, micro and room safe. Wide screen TV. No good beds, worn down. No exercise room.

    5
    « A Very Good Choice »

This place is quite amazing. Aside the usual stuff (it's clean, staff is very friendly, great breakfast spread by the pool, two pools, decent location - one mile from the beach) -- what sets this place apart in my mind is the unexpected, whimsical collection of art sprinkled throughout the property (see attached pictures). We actually walked around for more than half an hour taking pictures of the various items, some not so obvious, so take your time searching for them.

    « Great staff & service »

Great staff at the free breakfast. Excellent breakfast buffet also. Excellent service in the lobby. Very nice and professional. Very nice pool area. Relaxing pool area with excellent palm trees and fish. Great bed for sleeping.

    « Awsome staff »

This is our third visit and as usual, was very comfortable. It was like coming back home. Hannah and Marie made us feel like house guests, not hotel guests. Rooms are a little dated but very comfortable and the soundproofing is great. Breakfast by the pool is fun and the service excellent.

« well cared for very nice people »

This hotel has a great location whether you want to go to the beach or into Old Naples. It is older but extremely well cared for. They offer quite a nice breakfast that will keep you full all morning. What I really thought was lovely was the incredible tropical trees and gardens surrounding the pools. Beautiful to wake up to. Highly recommend this hotel.

« Another great week in Naples »

I stay at this hotel every year when I travel to a convention. The staff has been the same for a very long time. That tells me that they enjoy there job and the owners must be great to work for. I really enjoy this place and looking forward to coming back next April. Thanks!

« Fantastic spot to stay »

This is a great place to stay to access the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and grounds quirky and fun. Great place for the kids too. Don't miss the sunset at the beach nearby!

« Great value with a full breakfast and beautiful grounds! »

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and inviting and the breakfast was great. Between the fish pond and all the whimsical metal sculptures on the grounds and near the pools, we saw more animals than we did at the zoo. This was a great value and we'll be back if ever in Naples again. It was very quiet even though there was no vacancy on the weekend that we were there.

    5
« Wonderful Hotel in Great Position »

This is a really nice hotel. Friendly reception staff and we are very thankful for being upgraded to what can only be described as 'an apartment', with lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. As the hotel is next to The Naples Plaza, we purchased food at Publix and ate at home rather than look up restaurants. Breakfasts are served by the poolside, there is a good selection and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable, lovely bedding & pillows. The place was very well equipped and very well serviced. We also felt that the hotel rate for what we experienced was very good value. The area around the hotel is superb, not far from the beach and not too far to get to sights and golf courses. Lowdermilk Beach is beautiful and parking adjacent, but you pay by the hour. Would definitely recommend

    5
    « Nice gardens! »

Sadly we arrived late and left early next morning. I would have liked to stay there for longer. There were really nice gardens and pools. The breakfast was also served around the pools and in the garden, which was really lovely. The only bad thing was that as there was so nice to sit, people stayed sitting in the tables after they had finished their breakfast and it was hard to find a free table. The room was spacious and clean. Parking places were around the building and it was easy to manage with the luggage. It would love to stay there again if I was in Naples.

    4
    « It's a 5-star BW !! »

It's a BW so cannot give 5 stars. However this is a very nice BW in a solid location. Our room was huge, double sinks in bathroom, full kitchen, 2 flat screens, balcony, very nice. Decent internet speed, huge TV selection, but no NBCSN so we couldn't watch hockey and soccer(come on ADD this CHANNEL!!!)!!!! Gorgeous grounds, nice pools, FANTASTIC STAFF, adequate breakfast with hot items. Walking distance to several restaurants.

    4
    « Great for family »

A very friendly atmosphere, breakfast in the morning is really nice and the pools were great. We all enjoyed it and wished our stay was longer, surroundings were great with almost a tropical jungle theme lovely to walk around and great for photos!

    5
    « Back again »

We've been here before on our own and with family and for the price you can't beat it . The first time my husband and I were here we were given a suite , which was nice as it had a sitting area and two rings to cook on . This time we are just in a standered room but it's ok for us as they serve a free breakfast and the room contains a full fridge a micro wave and a coffee maker. The rooms are cleaned every day and I'm sure the bed linen was changed every day as well. It's in a lovely setting , you would ent think you were just off the main road the 41.its near a huge shopping mall and a publik supermkt within two mins walk. We used to get our lunch there to eat around the pool. On 5th avenue just five mins in the car you have a good selection of rest cafes and bars to choose from for lunch or dinner . They seem to eat early over here but they do have good offers at lunchtime and at dinner. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful. We. Have visited here four times now and we would return again .

    5
    « Hidden Gem »

I've reviewed this place before and it still warrants a 5*. Don't let the BestWestern name fool you, (since BW can be hit-or-miss), this place is clean, the staff are friendly, the free breakfast is better than the one offered at the Hilton for $20. Located right on US41/Tamiami Trail, but virtually zero noise from the road. Centrally located to everything you need to do/see in Naples.

« Lush landscaping, impeccably well-maintained, awesome breakfast »

Best Westerns sort of run the gamut from just passing grade to well above our expectations. This property was amazing and I will stay here again if I return to Naples. The property itself is beautiful. Everything from the exterior to the rooms to the landscaping was impeccably maintained and clean. We had a renovated room. (Not sure if they all are.) Our large balcony overlooked the lush landscaping of the pool area. You would not believe how awesome the landscaping is. HUGE coi ponds, multiple burbling fountains, sculptures, tropical plants, etc. Breakfast at the chickee (native grass-roofed hut) was what you might expect from the nicest Best Westerns (plus lox!) and a super-helpful and attentive staff behind the bar to answer every questions and fetch anything you might need. We interacted with several staff (3 at the front desk, 2 at the chickee and 1 maid) and they were all just so, so kind and cared very much that we were pleased and having a good time. For example, one of the front desk staff personally delivered fresh towels to us at the far pool at 8pm when we called to see if towels were available pool-side. And she seemed genuinely happy to do it. I felt like a "regular" in that we were treated like family even though we were only there that one night. I wish all hotels could be this friendly, clean and perfectly amazing.

    5
    « Gem of a hotel »

This place really exceeded our expectations. The grounds are lovely with quirky decorations everywhere and a fun little mini golf area. The pool was much bigger than we anticipated and our room on the ground floor looked out onto the pool area which was lovely. The whole place is very tidy and well kept. The room was a very good size and clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. The breakfast was buffet style and much more extensive then expected considering the price. The location is also excellent - walking distance to lots of shops and the beach is a few minutes away by car. Excellent all round!

    5
    « Exellent family hotel »

Lovely hotel ideal for the leisure guest, good sized rooms and they also offer 2 bedroom apartments great for families. Staff were attentive and friendly. Excellent free breakfast served next to the pool.

    5
    « Great hotel »

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a mini putt and a fish pond. The hot/cold breakfast buffet is beside the pool. There are 2 pools and 2 hot spas. The 2nd floor rooms have a balcony. I lost track of how many statues are in the landscaping. There are numerous strip malls and restaurants within walking distance. There is a large mall right across the street. You could walk to the beach is you didn't have to carry all your beach stuff; it's about 5 blocks away.

    5
    « Great Hotel »

I spent 4 nights in this hotel with my family and we were very surprised with the quality of this property. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool area surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden is an excellent place for relaxation. Continental breakfast was the best out of all we have had so far in any other Best Western Hotels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area of Florida.

« Great spot and wonderful time! »

The Naples Best Western was recommended by a family member. It was perfect for our trip to Naples. We found lovely facilities, great room (actually a suite) with very comfortable bed! Nice pool and terrific staff! We will be sure to return .

    5
    « A great find! »

The owners have taken what could be a dated, run-of-the-mill Best Western off the highway and made it into something special! The rooms were spacious (but a bit dated and dark) however, were impeccably clean. There was an extensive DVD collection available for guests to borrow for free. My kids loved the mini golf and the koi pond and the beautiful gardens and breakfast tiki hut made us feel as though we were truly on vacation. Also loved the convenient access to shopping and restaurants just across the street. The only disappointment was that we had hoped to walk to the beach as it was only a little over 2km (1.6 miles?) away and our family typically walks wherever we can. However, there were no sidewalks, so even though we were on side streets we only made it a short distance until we realized it wasn't going to be safe, particularly with children in tow. However, we easily found inexpensive parking right at the beach.

    5
    « GREAT!! »

Clean, affordable and well located. You can drive up to the room and the back door leads to grounds. Two pools and two hot tubs, very clean and not crowded.Breakfast was served in the gardens around the pool.Very good.I would stay here again.Highly recommended.

This place is great for the price! Not the newest place but very clean! I love the tropical theme! The staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast is very good! Kids loved the pool! It was a great find. They have what they call a mini golf, but not really. Would definitely stay here again.

    5
« Just wanted to get away »

Great hotel, so accommodating too! They have a HUGE selection of movies & one night we just had a movie night. Great breakfast too at the tiki bar, fabulous! 1 mile to beach, we walked! We will definitely be coming back again and again!

    « Great Value »

A friend and I stayed here a night during our week long girls vacation. The hotel was in a great location and really felt like a resort for non-resort prices. Close proximity to a wonderful neighborhood to do my morning run through and only about one mile away from the beach.

    3
« Super tight bathroom the biggest downside! »

I would have given this hotel either 4 or 5 stars if it hadn't been for the bathroom. The toilet was wedged so tight up against the vanity that you couldn't move your right arm without banging it against the side of the vanity or the countertop. Very difficult to use, for me, let alone my 6'3" husband. Otherwise, the place was very nice. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast out by the pool was varied and well maintained. Only other downside was the fact that you had to use the bath towels in the rooms, at the pool. So, if you wanted to take a shower afterward, it was with a soggy towel.

    5
    « Outstanding Value »

Stayed in standard room overlooking the pool. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was wonderful, grounds were beautiful, and breakfast by the pool was one of the nicest hotel buffets we have had. Beach is a quick car or bike ride away. Now I know first hand why this hotel has such outstanding ratings!

« Great hotel close to the beaches and alongside the 41. »

This is the third time we have stayed at this Hotel and can not envisage a trip to the Gulf coast without staying here.We were very fortunate on this occasion to be able to stay in one of their 1 bedroom apartments. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone travelling to the area and furthermore would suggest that you pay a little extra to have an apartment . We look forward to returning again next year.

« Perfect location, beautiful property »

This was our first trip to Naples, FL and we plan on purchasing a home here within the next 18 months. This property was referred to us by our realtor and we loved it. It was beautifully decorated, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast made for a great overall deal.

When I booked at a Best western I expected your normal motel type experience. I was pleasantly surprised. It was much nicer than your average motel. Nice grounds, brick pavers for the parking lot,two pools ,two hot tubs, free breakfast ,palm trees and flowers everywhere,Koi ponds, bicycle rentals, and at night for the kids a huge blue ray collection, free to use.walk to beach or restaurants. And the most AWESOME staff you could ever meet. Plus clean rooms also.

    « Excellent Stay »

This was our 4th stay at the Best Western. This hotel is in a perfect location. It is a 2 minute drive from the beach as well as very close to downtown Naples. The grounds at Naples give a bit of a tropical feel around the pool to make you enjoy the ambience of the pool.

    « BEST Best Western! »

This one is different....in a good way! We arrived to learn that we had been upgraded without any request. That's just nice and a sign of excellence! As we walked through the property to our room, I remarked to my wife, "Are we in Orlando at Disney World?" I haven't seen such attention to detail in ANY hotel we've ever booked! Later, we learned the hotel owner is an art collector and uses his 'eye' on his hotel property. The pool area is very inviting and FREE breakfast very good! Also noted the bedding in the suites was very comfortable. Congratulations to the owner and staff for a hotel of excellence! John and Maria

My family stayed for five nights for Spring Break. We loved the location in Naples as well as the beautiful suites, which are all situated around one of the two pools. Breakfast is served from the tiki bar, which you can then eat by the pool or in the lounge if the weather is bad. You can check out movies for free from the front desk and they have a very small but somewhat challenging mini golf course out front. The pools and inner courtyards have beautiful gardens, walkways, and streams with pools & fish. Don't hesitate to stay here.

    « Good stay »

We stayed here 2 nights and were happy . The breakfast bar was full and the staff was friendly. the weather let us eat outdoors by the pool and fish pond which was a great start for the day. It was a easy walk to the beach but you can also drive and park close . Every thing was a bit dated but clean . Friendly and helpful staff at check in.

    « Three days »

We were staying for three days and the hotel was just perfect. It had a nice swimming pool and a nice garden with plants. We were well received and they even had movies we could see for free. Breakfast was nice sitting in the garden by the pool.

« Our Home Away From Home »

What can we say about The Best Western Naples Inn & Suites? After 20 plus years, it truly is our home away from home. We just love everything about it and look forward to our visit. No one is more welcoming than Marie Curtis, who greets us at the front desk reception area. Marie's efficiency and courtesy cater to our every need. She is a tremendous asset to the Best Western family. Our room is always immaculate and all our requests are accommodated for by the cheerful housekeeping staff. Breakfast at the Tikki Hut is served with a friendly smile. The pools and landscaping are beautifully maintained and create a tropical setting in a great location. Is it Winter yet? Time to return! « Best Western, Best Value! »

Best Western to the rescue! I had booked less expensive hotel for this week, but once we we got there we couldn't wait to get out! We called Best Western base on the trip advisor reviews....We had the most incredibly friendly and helpful customer service on their booking line (Chris and Jay- they were amazing!), followed by a super friendly, funny, and early checking the following day with Marie. The reviews for this place are very accurate! It's not the newest hotel but it is updated, super clean, and offered everything we needed and then some! The staff was professional, the grounds were well kept and whimsical (mini jungle wonderland), the two pools were very clean, plenty of comfy lounge chairs around the pools as well as tables umbrellas etc, the breakfast was more than ample for every kind of diet, free blue ray DVD's for you to watch on your large in room flat screen (my son love this!), and much more. The convenience of shopping, beach, restaurants, golf, and virtually anything else you may be looking for was excellent. The kicker is it was only $10 more per night than the dump we originally went to. I would definitely go back, it was a great value!

« Two great nights in Naples »

Recently spent two nights in the Best Western Inn and Suites in Naples, Fl. Terrific room, breakfast and location. A number of restaurants within walking distance without having to drive. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again in a second. Beds comfortable and room was quiet. Hard to beat it.

    « Excellent Value - Wonderful Stay »

We purchased our stay on Priceline. It is rated as a 3-star, and it is certainly that or better. We stayed in a suite and we very pleased. The suite was large, nicely furnished and met all our needs. You walk in and just say "wow" because of the size. I spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the weather and the beautiful landscaping. The complimentary breakfast was good. Definitely enjoyed our two nights here.

« Good, would stay again »

Four people in one apartment, two bedroom and one bathroom, living room and kitchen. Good beds, flat-screen in every room (not many channels) but close to the road, didn't use the balcony. Clean and comfortable, didn't feel crowded. Two swimming pools and two small sitting pools with hot water on two different locations on the site. Breakfast was OK, lot of choices. The seating is outside by the pool in the garden, and the garden is great. Koi ponds and little rivers, bridges and it seems like hundreds of large and small artworks in such a small space. We stayed only one night, but will go back if we're in the area another time.

    « a pleasent surprise »

Considering the area, the price was reasonable. It is a very short 3 minutes to the beach area drive. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The parking was good, right outside the room. My wife especially enjoyed the Koi pond and the garden sculptures. We had breakfast, which was better than expected, nothing fancy, out by the pool. We did not go in the pool, but the pool area was very inviting and a few guest were seen lounging around it.

« Wonderful Place to Stay »

We were invited by friends to fly to Naples with them in their private plane so took them up on the offer. It was hard to find lodging on short notice but Best Western had space available so that's what we decided on (early March can be hard to find anything decent at the last minute). We were upgraded to a mini-suite which was very nice as it had quite a bit of extra space. Granite counter tops, extra pillows, lots of towels, two large flat screen TV's with cable and DVD players, micro-wave, small refrigerator, ......Well equipped and furnished rooms. The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection of foods and it was staffed by cheerful accommodating personnel. The grounds were very well kept with paths meandering through the tropical plantings, koi pond, mini-golf, hot tubs, and swimming pools. Individuals at the front desk were most helpful and made you feel welcome and that they were glad you were there. Because the hotel is located on a rather main thoroughfare there were, at times, emergency vehicles that were quite loud passing by and it is on the incoming flight path for the Naples Municipal Airport (small jets and propeller planes). There are a few restaurants close by as well as a large shopping mall, Publix, and many other businesses

    « None »

Excellent. We stayed there for two nights. The suite was very nice with a nice view to the garden and the swimingpool. The pool had the good temperature that we liked. Parking was easy just outside our door. We rented bicycles at the hotel and cycled to the Beach in five minutes. We would like to come back one day!

    « "A piece of paradise" »

We were so glad to be back....this was our fourth year. We stay for two weeks and enjoy every minute of it. Convenient location. Rooms are immaculate, grounds are spectacular, every year more and more gets added. We prefer the standard room around the pool, we just like to walk outside to our little botanical gardens. This year we had the good fortune to meet the owner, who is as charming as the place he owns. Our reservations for 2017 are already booked. Thanks to the whole team that work there.

« Best of the Brand »

My wife and I have, over the last 9 years, stayed in over 100 BW Hotels and this is one of, if not the best. The grounds were decorated with whimsy from multi-colred ceramic figures to hanging monkeys to a large koi pond. Fantastic venue for the well stocked breakfast...everything was excellent. AND the first toilet in five years of motels and hotels that was at a height I didn't need a hand bar to hel[p rise from.

« Excellent hotel, mid range, good location! »

We hadn't pre booked and chose this hotel from other trip advisor reviews. Great choice. Cheaper price face to face, than quoted on line, which was a pleasant surprise. Pool facing room, two doubles. A bit on the dark, but you're not in the room long. It had coffee making facilities, nice sized bathroom, with bath. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but definitely better than some we'd had in other Florida hotels . Coffee was good though. Good location to access beaches, downtown etc. Very helpful and friendly front of desk staff. A pleasant surprise for a 'chain hotel'. Lovely restaurants on 5th and 3rd street and plenty of shopping!

    « A Nice Getaway »

The tropical hotel grounds are beautiful and the rooms comfortable with nice thick towels! I understand the hotel was updated recently and I appreciated the granite countertops in the spacious bathroom. The staff (especially the front desk staff) are very friendly and eager to please. If we return to Naples, I would definitely return to this Inn & Suites.

    5
« Absolutely LOVE this property! »

We cannot be more pleased with our experience on this property. The rooms are updated and clean. The property has two pools, mini golf, a huge selection of free DVD rentals, and beautiful Koi ponds. The poolside breakfast had a huge selection and was very good. The hotel is also only 1.3 miles away from Lowdermilk Beach Park- our favorite beach in Naples. The staff was always very helpful and kind. We will be back!

    « my stay »

We had been in the Florida Keys heading toward Tampa so in order to break up the trip we looked for an unexplored city and Naples was the choice. I stay at Best Westerns across the US so that what I looked for and found this one. The motel is beautiful with the pools, gardens and fish ponds. the rooms were adequate with comfortable beds. Our friend had a king suite which was great. We were close to a few local eating establishments but decided to take a $10 cab ride to 5th Ave..great nite would stay again.

« Very nice motel with excellent features »

Did not expect much from a Best Western motel that we had driven past several times, but this is a very nice place. An old style motel, where you park outside your room, but with suites, to one of which we were given a complimentary upgrade. With our AAA discount, the rate (for a queen bed room) was $270/night. The suite was well appointed, with the very convenient feature of the toilet (and shower) separated by a door from the dual sinks. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with two very good pools, including hot pools. A standard fare (scrambled eggs cooked to death) breakfast is served poolside. Apparently, there used to be a first rate French restaurant, Chardonnay, on-site, but it has closed. Not too far downtown Naples, which you can get to without crawling thru the always horrible Naples traffic.

    « Tropical Treat »

On first impressions I was a little disappointed as on entering the front door the room was a little on the basic style. I expected a little more quality for the price being paid, I did not rate this as being a cheap hotel. THEN we opened the patio doors and we walked straight into the tropical gardens and overlooked one of the two pools. Breakfast was served around the pool, guests being served by fabulous staff in the Tiki Hut. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies, very welcoming and the variety of items for breakfast was great. The room itself was ok, very comfy beds, large tv screen and powerful shower though the bathroom was a little on the small side. Must admit didn't spend too much time in the room as even when night fell we were outside in the gardens sat on our own lit patio. The gardens themselves are a treat with tropical plants, trees, garden art and the exquisite streams of fish. All staff were very attentive and helpful and being able to park the car outside the front door was a bonus. There are a couple of eating places within walking distance and a mall just across the road. A very enjoyable four night stay.

    « Guaranteed Enjoyment »

We have been coming to BW for 20 years and each time we see something that has been done to make our stay very enjoyable. I am a Breakfast person and I can't say enough about not only the quality of the food but I am extremely impressed with the girls that do all that work and still can give you a "Good Morning, How are you?" greeting each morning. Great Job BW!!!!

« Very nice hotel and great location »

We stayed here while visiting friends in Naples. The hotel is very nice, conveniently located and quite a good value for "season" in Naples. The rooms are nicely appointed and grounds are lovely. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay there again.

    5
    « Fabulous Experience! »

We loved this hotel! We definitely plan on coming back and bringing our whole family. The grounds are such a delight of beautiful landscaping, whimsical animal and art features and lovely water features. The rooms were great too but you really just want to take in the beauty of the outdoors. It's also a bargain for what you get.

    « A Wonderful Stay »

We really enjoyed our time at the Best Western Naples. It is clean has very friendly staff, a great breakfast and the sculptures are magnificent!! It is conveniently located by many attractions. We will definitely return here!

« Wish we could have stayed longer »

Lovely hotel, grounds are beautiful with incredible metal sculptures and gardens throughout the property, 2 pools and good breakfast served by the pool. It gave it a resort feel. The room we were given would have been perfect for handicapped person with a very large walk in shower, lots of room to move. Well located close to beaches and shopping.

« A tropical paradise in the heart of the city »

The landscaping at this hotel makes this place very relaxing. It's a happy surprise. It's located only about 5 driving minutes from Lowder milk Park on the beach, one we like even better than the main pier beach. The staff are so nice and the breakfast they provide is very ample. We have gone back for 3 years and have talked to other people who have been going there for 10 years. Well worth a visit.

    5
    « A South Seas Paradise »

This LOVELY motel is built around a lush tropical garden, so you feel like you are in the deep tropics. Within that garden are several walking paths, a pool, a tiki hut where complimentary breakfast is served, and a miniature golf section, also complimentary! Our room was a walk-through type, meaning we parked on one side & looked out on the garden on the other & could go outside there & enjoy the gorgeous view on our patio. Staying at this hotel was a WONDERFUL experience. My husband & I highly recommend it.

    « Annual winter retreat »

This hotel is in a great location for both the beaches and amenities. It is well maintained and operated by friendly staff. many guests return year upon year. The sub tropical gardens make this a unique place to chill out

    5
« Excellent, Attractive Grounds, Well Located »

We chose this hotel mainly for its location, and its attractive appearance and included breakfast. It delivered on all counts, including a very helpful, friendly and competent staff. It is well located to downtown Naples, and also easy access to all the sights you might want to see, and also to RSW airport.

    « Anniversary vacation »

Had a great time at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free blue ray dvd's and movies with a great selection at the front desk. Breakfast was awesome along with friendly staff replenishing hot items. We will return here. Both pools and jacuzzi were well kept even with a powerful storm that came through our first night there! Quiet and convenient to area malls, restaurants beaches.

    5
« Daily bonding in the hot tub »

Our hotel room was spacious, quiet, and had a nice size flat screen TV in every room. When we could not figure out how to get our DVD to work (which we obtained at no charge from the front desk) we were immediately rescued by hotel staff. After a long day at the beach, we could not wait to come back to the hotel and enjoy the privacy of the hot tub where my girlfriends and I could catch up on our lives and process our day. We loved the vegetation and tropical landscaping that included a coy pond with fountain right next to the jacuzzi.... so relaxing and beautiful. We were even able to enjoy this ambiance while eating our delicious complimentary breakfast with the other quiet patrons. Renee at the front desk was friendly, playful and got everything handled for us. Great experience!

    « Hidden Gem! »

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, including the front desk and breakfast bar girls. Our free breakfast was good with a nice variety of foods. The entire property was extremely clean and very well kept including the pools. We enjoyed the fish ponds and tastefully placed animal art. A little bit older hotel that has been well maintained and a good value for the price. A quick drive to a public beach access was convenient. We will stay here for sure when we visit the area again.

    « Fit for a Queen »

The breakfast food was great! First time staying at the hotel, and I will be returning with my team hopefully for the next three years. Room was very functional, and housekeeping was great. Slept well on the pull out couch! Great location, 15 minutes from the beach and a 2 minute walk to the grocery store.

    « Effort means a lot! »

Ok, some of the rooms are pretty small and breakfast doesn't always work...especially in the rain, but everyone here tries very hard to make the guest feel at home and welcomed. I wanted a room with natural light so was provided a key to check a couple out. My dinner one night was leftovers due to an unexpected strong rain storm. Reception provided the needed paper plates and utensils and apologized because they couldn't find napkins. There are larger and better appointed rooms and if you are staying more than a couple of days, they are well worth it. This is a spotless place with 24/7 maintenance. If you need something, they will do their best to help you. The pools and pool areas are lovely and there is quite a library of DVD's. Although they have no gym facilities, they are affiliated with a marvelous health care facility that is yours to enjoy for $5 a visit. Maybe the Best Western isn't my dream come true....but they are doing so many things right that it is worth the visit. And yes, value for your money is part of the package!

« The guest is less than nothing for the managers of this hotel. »

We had booked a room at Best Western Naples Inn & Suits six months before our trip. But when we arrived at that hotel we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. Great! It was 9 pm, we were tired, had our sleeping child with us and discovered that our reservation had been cancelled! Why??? On the day of our arrival the manager responsible for the reservation decided to check our credit card and had a problem with the verification of it. Great! That person had SIX MONTHS to check our credit card but he had decided to do it exactly on the day of our arrival! Why hadn't he done it earlier? I don't know. Maybe he had been too busy to do his job? Well, our credit card was not verified so the manager must get in touch with us to clarify the situation. The best way to did it was to give us a call. But the manager didn't do it. Why? I don't know. Maybe he was too shy to speak with the foreigners? So he sent us an e-mail via booking system. Great idea! I wonder that 'genius' person did really believe that the best time for us to check our mail box then we were on our way??? Did he really beleve that it was easy and convenient for us to check the mail box while we were driving our car 80 mph???! I wonder if that reservation manager was asked to do this kind of trick would he be able to do it??? I think that he wouldn't. So we arrived and situation was clear. But nobody was going to apologise. Neither the receptionist nor the manager sitting next to her. More over the receptionist told us that she had only one - the last - vacant room and it cost $240 per night! Great! Six months ago we had booked a room $130 per night!!! And then we must pay $240! Of course we refused to pay extra money! That unpleasant situation was the mistake of the hotel stuff. Not ours! We musn't paid for the other's mistake! So my husband gave a call to the customer service of the booking system and required a supervisor to solve our problem. The booking supervisor called to Best Western. The receptionist of the hotel picked up the phone, asked the supervisor to hold the line and- in that very moment! - sold the last room to the other guest who came later than we did!!! After that she told the supervisor that there was no vacant room at the hotel and she was not able to help us!!! Great! What an uppity! Well it was an awful situation. Thank God we managed to get a room at the other hotel. But I would like to warn you: if you don't want to spoil your vacation you will avoid to deal with Best Western Naples Inn & Suites!

    « Wonderful! »

Our swim and dive team stays here each year during our two-week training trip, and the staff at this hotel has been consistently great at dealing with the craziness of 40-50 swimmers and divers! Everyone was very friendly, the service was great, rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious! The location is also excellent, with many shops and the beach within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future!

    « Absolutely The Best »

Ask anyone..Look at other reviews. This is a older hotel but the improvements, the maintenance, the comfort level of the rooms, the friendliest and helpfulness of staff and the cleanliness of grounds, rooms, walkways, etc are wonderful...I really could find nothing to complain about as you can tell. This is not my first nor my last stay at this wonderful hotel..I will be back.

« Wonderful Two Week Stay »

Each year our swim and dive team goes to Naples and stays at this hotel. There are around 40 or so of us which can be an overwhelming number of people to clean after especially since we tend to have around 5 or so people to a room but nonetheless, they did a very good job and were very accommodating. Each morning I awoke to a friendly cast of smiling faces and that made the stay indefinitely better.

    5
    « Great staff »

Every year I've been here the staff have been very accommodating and friendly. They always go above and beyond to help our large group of college swimmers however they can (extra towels, extra food at breakfast, etc.). I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays.

    5
« Staff were so friendly and accommodating »

A great hotel in Naples, FL! This was the third year I have stayed at this hotel with a group and every time we visit the staff are so delighted to see us. Housekeeping does a great job of going the extra mile when cleaning our no-so-organized rooms and providing us with extra commodities when needed. Additionally, the breakfast staff are so kind and inviting every morning. I look forward to our stay again next year!

    5
    « A Great Place to Stay »

This was the second year in a row that I visited Naples and stayed at the Best Western. I was in a suite during a training trip with four other teammates, and the facilities provided were perfect for our uses. We were able to cook lunch and dinner every day, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the hotel is just a 15 minute walk from the beach, across the street from a nice grocery store, and only a few minutes from the mall (for those that enjoy shopping). Best of all, there is an extensive complimentary breakfast that is simply wonderful. I would highly recommend this extremely welcoming hotel to anyone going to Naples.

    « 3 night stay »

Satisfied with the amenities etc. Good location for visiting local attractions. Only problem was that out SATNAV couldn't find the hotel. Address given was 9th Street but it was also US41 Street so might be an idea to enter this into SATNAV

    « Wonderfully Accommodating »

Every year our swim team (~45 college students) stays at this hotel for around two weeks. Housekeeping is very understanding of our need to nap and our excessive use of towels, and the breakfast staff even provides extra bananas and food for us every day! A very welcoming place to stay.

« Nothing better in Naples »

This was the fourth year in a row that I have stayed at this hotel in Naples and it has never failed to delight. Every year there have been upgrades to the hotel amenities and rooms and it continues to impress. the breakfast that is provided has one of the largest selections that I have seen at a hotel and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff are very fast, efficient, and friendly as well. For longer stays there is a mall with a Publix Grocery store as well as Marshalls close by as well as a public beach access that is within walking distance. Over four years I have not had any complaints and would recommend staying here!

    4
« Very friendly, clean, good value, especially for Naples »

We booked at this hotel at the last moment when our planned booking fell through. The staff was extremely friendly -- and that was from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. I accidentally left a book behind in the room when we checked out and called the next day to see if the hotel had it. I had no expectation they would have found it and set it aside, but they did. At breakfast, each guest was greeted as though he / she was a long lost relative. The breakfast (included) was a great deal. All in all, an excellent choice for Naples where other options can be expensive.

    5
« Great place for large groups »

We come here every year with our college swim and dive team. The staff is very kind and does an amazing job accommodating all of our needs with regards to extra towels, more food, extended breakfast hours, and having us around the hotel at all hours.

    4
    « Welcoming and Accomadating »

Have had great experience each of the last four years at the Best Western. The staff are very willing to help make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast staff are very polite and welcoming and the front desk is quick to follow through on making accommodations as necessary. For the long stays we have had, the Publix in the strip mall across the street was very convenient and kitchen amenities appropriate for the stay.

    5
« Consistent outstanding serivce with friendly, warm staff. »

I have stayed here for business and pleasure year after year. The staff at this Best Western are like one big family. They have continually welcomed me back and gone up and beyond to make my stay the best. The morning free breakfast is served out by the pool and provides hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereals, doughnuts, bagels, juice, etc). Housekeeping attended to my room when ever I was not in the room. So convenient. Location is across the street from Public's Grocery and kitchen suites are ideal for doing your own cooking. Laundry on-site with new machines. Every year it seems like they have made updates. Both pool and hot tubs are always clean an in great working order. I love this place!

« Nice staff and fun landscaping on grounds »

Your first impression is so important. We I went to check in I was met with great smiles from the two young ladies working at the front dest. I did not have a reservation nor did I have my Best Western rewards number. No problem, these two (Renee and Hannah) cheerfully found the best rate and my number. The grounds of this property are a kick and you need to walk around to see all the fun sculptures and ponds full of koi. Our room was very nice, somewhat small but adequate. Breakfast was very good with a large variety to choose from. Definitely would recommend this property.

    « Walk-in for best rate..Lies....Will not return »

I make several business trips to Naples each year. Over the years I usually average 30-40% of the 150 nights traveling in BW hotels. I've even stayed in a BW in Paris less than a year ago.. Because of the lies and the way I was treated..This will be my last stay at this Best Western and possibly my last stay at any Best Western. While I was checking in, a women approached the counter and requested rates. The senior CSR quoted her the rate I had using my AAA discount. $197. So much for my 10% AAA discount rate they advertise off their best rate. The customer said that was to much could she do better. The CSR asked the women what she was willing to pay. The women stated $100..the CSR said that was to low. The customer started to leave and the CSR wrote down $150 on her pad.. The CSR thought she was being sneaky but I saw what she wrote. The women left saying she would discuss with her husband..They drove off I should had too. I voiced my concern and stated I'm a returning Rewards customer for many years and should get the rate you offered her.. The senior CSR said she wrote the exact rate on the pad I had. The first lie because she verbally gave her my AAA rate... I saw what she wrote $150. I had to use the rest room. Upon returning the CSR continued to lie to me about the rate..I laughed at her and went to my room. The next morning I explained to the desk clerk what had happened at check in. This CSR/desk clerk confirmed that its their pratice to negotiate lower than their published rates to walk ins when they have available rooms. But she said "your rate is your rate." I took that to mean Best Western doesn't give a dam about my business. I TOLD HER I WOULD BE QUOTING HER. She arrogantly said "go a head." A BW CSR lied to a returning Rewards customer to make an extra $47...This isn't the type of company I choose to due business with. Mind you, I booked this hotel on line only 1/2 hr before I arrived. I was in Goodland. Why couldn't they just be honest? I used my Rewards number on their web page when I book the room.. They never acknowledge or thanked me for being a Rewards customer. LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THIS BUSINESS... I will also be writing to corporate regarding their deceitful businesses practices. BW advertise on their Web page.. use your AAA card and get 10% off their best available rate..the best available rate was $150 when I checked in...I paid $197+..OBTW this hotel is only worth $135 a night.. if you chose to stay here and pay more you're getting robbed like they stole from me.

    « Tropical Delight! »

Enjoyed our stay in Naples, and the Best Western was a perfect fit for our stay. The hotel is a short drive to 5th Avenue shopping and Tin City. It is also located next to a strip mall where we were able to walk to Mulligan's for dinner and the Publix supermarket to pick up anything we needed. Hotel room was comfortable, with a great view of the pool. The complimentary breakfast on the pool deck area was fantastic! Great hotel for the money, considering Naples is a pricey area! Hotel employees were nice and very helpful. I'll be back!

« Weekend trip to the sun and beach. »

Room was very nice and roomy for our family. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Went the extra steps to make sure our trip was perfect. Gave us great directions to all of the attractions in the area. The breakfast bar was above what was expected as a continental breakfast. The pool was very enjoyable and the hot tub was very relaxing.

    « Great location »

Stayed here in December 2015 after being recommended by a friend. The location is great , close to shops and only a short distance to the wonderful beaches. Our room was a little dated and the bathroom very small but the hotel seems to be in the process of doing up rooms so dont let this put you off. All the staff were very helpful especially the girls at breakfast. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. Would we stay here again - yes definitely .

I had an awesome experience staying at this hotel! The grounds are very well-maintained. The gardens surrounding the pools and hot tubs are gorgeous. They are filled with neat sculptures, quaint walkways, and even a koi pond! My family was enchanted! Our room was also top-notch. We had booked a suite, and it was extremely clean, attractive, and spacious. Loved the bathroom setup. There were 3 sinks total, 2 of them separate from the toilet, which allowed all 4 of us to get ready at the same time. The fridge was a good size, and held my gallon of water without a problem. The staff was very friendly, and was understanding when we needed a little extra time for checkout, as we were coming back from a triathlon and needed showers. I would definitely stay here again!

« Best Hotel for the Price by Far! »

This was our second multi night stay at this property. The place is very well maintained and updated both in the rooms and around the property. The rooms are not large, but are acceptable in size, with exception of the bathroom which is just too small. The rooms as well as the rest of the property are very clean. The staff do a great job. The breakfast has improved since our last visit. It is now clearly the gold standard in free breakfasts. This is a pleasant place to stay and just hang around the pools or an easy walk to some serious shopping and eating. Not sure why I only rated it a 4. The hotel we are now staying at is almost 4x the price, but not 4x the value. I also love the parking at the Naples Inn. Right by your door.

« Nice hotel for the money. »

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is not spectacular in any way but well worth the money spent. Breakfast is ok. The two pools were not crowded. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Var is recommended. Our family of five stayed in a suit and had no problem to fit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if travelling with kids.

« A definite place to check out in Naples! »

Ok, this hotel staff is probably the best staff of any hotel we've ever visited. First off, when I planned this trip back in Feb., 2015, one of the criteria was that the hotel we chose had to be dog friendly, since we were taking our adult children and their husband and fiancé along, but, the kicker was that they had a hard time leaving their dogs at home in a kennel. So... I ended up working with the hotel manager, Marie, to set this up. They were one of only two dog friendly hotels in the area we wanted to stay. She was so helpful and cordial and accommodating through the whole process, I was very satisfied. Then, about May, I checked back, and lo and behold, the hotel had dropped the dog friendly bit! Oh, horrors, I thought, the kids wanted to bring the dogs soooo much. However, Marie promised me that since I secured the reservation BEFORE thy had dropped the policy that we were grandfathered in. Oh, sigh of relief. Then, when we checked in, all of the up front desk people were very helpful and friendly with the planning of sights to see, moderately priced restaurant suggestions, directions, ... When we needed a maintenance worker to bring us a plunger for the plugged toilet, he was there in 3 minutes! The rooms all have microwaves, fridges, freezers, ironing boards, huge TV, nice beds and décor, many other amenities. We got our kids a suite, which was TERRIFIC!!! Huge, 3 rooms, huge closet, larger kitchen area. every one had a patio or balcony with a fantastic view of the gorgeous tiki garden right out their patio door. 2 nice pools and hot tubs, nice paths and tropical themed property and great, close parking topped it off. Costs about $40 to $50 more when I booked than a standard room, but if you more space, more secluded area, the suites would be your choice. Really great experience, I would highly recommend this hotel in a great, central location, close to the beach, pier, fishing, bike paths and walking paths. Check this place out if you are going to this paradise in Florida... Naples! Just got back early Sat. a.m., so all this is fresh on my mind. Enjoy your travel!

    « GREAT LOCATION/STAFF »

A perfect location for safety, shopping, beach hopping and fun! A hotel that caters to its clients and a staff that cares. Wonderful stay again! Thank you to all. The rooms are cleaned daily and so nice to come back to - better than a timeshare! It is exceptionally quiet at all times of day/night. Bikes are available, miniature golf on premise, 2 super clean pools and hot tubs, great outdoor breakfast venue, and the internet by pool works. The Tampa Zoo is close, and the New Years Eve Fireworks on the beach are not to be missed.

Lovely hotel, very pretty gardens & pools. Rooms are delightful, clean & modern. Very comfortable beds. A good breakfast is served poolside. Plenty of parking & good internet connection. A visit to Mr Tequila Mexican cantina is essential..!

« Perfect fit for our family »

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed her from Dec. 17 to Dec. 24. Check in was smooth and our room was ready for us even though we were there a little before the check in time. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and the room suited our needs very well. Large enough living room and dining table to fit our family of 5. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. They provide dishwasher detergent for our use every day. Pots and pans and dishes for 6 people. Only thing would have been handy to have a pair of scissors in the kitchen. One bedroom had a king size bed, the other room had a queen size. We also used the sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom with 2 sinks made it easier for the whole family to get ready. Lots of hot water and we were always supplied with lots of towels. Two pool areas and two hot tubs to choose from. If one was a little busier we went to the other. The included breakfast was terrific. Instant oatmeal, bacon, eggs and sausage. Make your own waffles, fruit, bagels and toast. Tea and coffee and juices. Bite sized muffins and cinnamon rolls. It is served outside under a palapa. The ladies serving the breakfast are most welcoming and helpful. They have peanut butter and yogurt but it is kept behind the counter. There is no signage saying it is there, just heard other people asking for it, so that would be nice to know that it is available. They have indoor seating if the morning is cool. The gardens and koi ponds are lovely. Always finding something new to look at. When pulling into the hotel it doesn't look like much. The first reaction from the kids was. "We are staying here?!!" Like it was a bad choice. But soon quickly realized that it is a hidden treasure. The location of the hotel is very good. Within walking distance to the mall and to Publix ( a grocery store). The beach is only a short 5 minute drive away. The wifi was very good and available all over the property. I would definately stay here again if given the chance.

    « Great Stay »

Reviewed March 31, 2014 We upgraded to the one bedroom suite and were happy we did. The suite had a balcony, a large living room with leather furniture, a complete kitchen with full sized appliances that included a stove, dishwasher, and fridge. All appliances were quiet and clean. The suite included two large new HD televisions. The only drawback was that there was no view of the pool or grounds to speak up but the convenience the suite provided made up for that. The hotel is in the city and not on the beach but this makes it convenient for grocery shopping and restaurants. The pools and hot tubs were warm and clean with a variety of seating. The breakfast might have had a bit more variety but was the usual fair of waffles, yogurt, one or two fruits, pastries(not homemade) and bagels and toast., and breakfast sausages and hard boiled and scrambled(instant) eggs. We did not have children with us, but kids would love this place because the grounds were amazing. There were several Koi ponds, pathways, statues and even a small 9 hole mini golf range. Most of the rooms other than the suites overlook the pools. The staff was helpful and polite at every encounter. We did not use housekeeping but the rooms were immaculate when we checked in. The rooms were dark at night-not the usual lights blaring and the hotel was extremely quiet even though it was on a main road. We "borrowed" a book and they also seemed to have an extensive dvd collection. The wifi worked every time we accessed it-even at the pools. TV was Dish network. « Great budget hotel in central Naples location »

Great hotel with good buffet breakfast offered in lovely pool area. Room dated but adequate and clean. Red Lobster located directly next to hotel highly recommended. Otherwise car necessary to visit Naples Zoo and the various big shopping malls and outlet villages. Free onsite parking a bonus in Naples. Located 5 minutes by car from lovely Loudermilk beach and 10 minutes from Naples Pier and beaches.

    « Good value & good location »

It was a return visit to the Best Western Inn & Suites in Naples, although 10 years apart, & we weren't disappointed. Hotel is in a convenient location, easy to find & in good reach of several shopping malls (5 minutes away from The Village on Venetian Bay, which every time we visited we saw a small pod of dolphins). Staff were welcoming & friendly, our room had two comfortable beds, very quiet air-conditioning, rooms came equipped with fridge & microwave, large TV, DVD player & there was a seating area. Bathroom was compact, but functional. There are two nice pool areas, good free breakfast - cereals, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, bagels, waffles, pancakes, juices, tea & coffee. There is an extensive free DVD library & onsite laundry facilities. As rooms overlook the pools it would have been good to have net curtains/voile on sliding door for more privacy.

Breakfast was awesome, service was friendly. Front desk customer service was excellent. Any problems were resolved asap. Rooms right by the pool. Clean environment. 15 minute walk to the beach. There was 2 pools and hot tubs. Returning to Naples next year.

« Lovely pool and property at low cost »

Two pools with beautiful green all around made us feel that we were in a tropical paradise. First floor room suite convenient but needed updating...older hotel that could use money going into the rooms to modernize them somewhat.

    « Very pleasant stay! »

We were surprised to see the beautiful gardens surrounding the pool area. There were many goldfish in the pond witch drew much attention. The rooms are clean, the beds are great, and the staff is friendly, Enjoyed the pool area breakfast. The two women who worked the breakfast area were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did a great job also.

    « A Very Pleasant Surprise! »

An Oasis in Paradise. The Naples area and its beaches is beautiful and clean. Most other hotels around are much higher cost. This is way better value. The lush and exotic landscaping- including handcrafted, lifesize sculptures - are beautifully done. Likewise, the pool, hottub, and poolside breakfast bar is equally inviting. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We will certainly look forward to vacationing here again.

« Amazing gardens, friendly staff, comfortable rooms ...... Excellent value!!! »

Stayed for a week and every time I was either swimming or walking in the gardens I spotted something new! There are beautiful Koi ponds, metal sculptures, carved pelicans and parrots, multi coloured frogs, alligators, giraffes, hippos, dolphins, elephants ......... an engine, a bi-plane and much more! Everything is beautifully maintained and a world away from Hwy 41 which passes in front of the hotel - we never heard any street noise! Both pool areas are lovely and each has sun beds, chairs & tables with umbrellas to give the option of shade. Hot tubs were also good! Outdoor buffet breakfast area worked well ...... even on a wet morning, as you have the option of eating indoors or taking breakfast back to your terrace or balcony. Our ground floor standard room had a beautiful view of the garden, a covered terrace with chairs & small table, easy pool access, comfortable beds, very quiet air-con, large flat screen TV & DVD player, a table and 2 office type chairs which were great for watching a movie or for eating at the table. A good sized fridge & a small microwave were also provided. Plenty of spotless white towels and although the shower was over the bath, the low height made access easy. The staff were great too! Everywhere you were greeted with a smile - reception, the breakfast ladies and Maria who looked after our room! We spoke to many people on repeat stays ........ some have been going there for 20 years and it is easy to see why ...... all hotels should be like this!

    « Business Travel »

If you are in Naples on business, as a party of 1, this is perfect especially for women. Great lighting for make-up in bathroom, strong shower with good old-fashioned hot/cold on/off faucet, good counter space. The bathroom is very small but amazing how it still had decent counter space and mirrors situated to make blo-drying hair easy! Hotel room is quite small but a lot is packed in; soft comfy bed, large TV with lots of channels. It's laid out very well with being so small and they still have a micro and mini fridge. And I love the cabinet above all the appliances which serves as a great get-ready place for all your stuff. Breakfast is complimentary is set up outside by the pool. Yes, could be hot in the summer, but on this December day it was just lovely at 7am. Lots of the usual fare to choose from and you can take back to your room. If you get a room on the first floor (no interior room-your door does face to the outside), your sliders open to this pretty oasis of palms, grass, the pool, tiki hut, etc. So charming and I felt very safe. Very friendly staff - almost like a family owned place.

« Highly Recommended! Cleanest Value Hotel Ever »

Ah, this was my 2nd time here and my experience w/ this hotel just keeps getting better. The most impt thing I need to highlight here is cleanliness! For a germophobe, this place passed my test w/ flying colors. Granted the bathtub was outdated BUT it was spotless so I didnt have any trouble. For Naples, this is an excellent value hotel. You cant go wrong. As I wrote on my first review, I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Naples!!! I love this place but I hope the next time I come back to Naples, I get to stay in my own home again ;) (currently working in GA and have rented out my little home by the beach *sigh)

    « Excellent hotel »

This is an excellent hotel for its value and its location is wonderful - close to shopping, the beach, and Olde Naples. The Best Western Naples is an older hotel but it has been kept up and the property is very nice. Two heated pools and lush trees help to create a wonderful ambience for a very affordable price. This hotel can't be beaten.

« Great hotel to stay at in Naples, Florida »

The Best Western Suites condo my wife and I stayed at in Naples Florida from 11/24/2015 to 12/1/15 was great. The rooms were very clean and fresh. Two large new Samsung TVs with great fresh very clean leather furniture. Over abundance of thick towels. Great location with Public grocery store within walking distance, one block away. Central location only required minimal driving to any of Naples many attractions. Condo soooo nice that I found my wife and I were happy to relax in the room each night after swimming in the pool or taking in Naples many different attractions. Yuri, the hotel manager was exceptional giving us a great room at a reasonable price. Free breakfast was eggs, sausage, bacon, yogart, waffles, etc. was great, but the cleanliness and hard work ethic of the breakfast staff made each breakfast a great experience only topped by those staff members winning smiles. The room maid was so detailed and hard working, in my prime I couldn't have done a better job.

    « Poolside breakfast! »

The room was very clean, updated, and the bed & lines were fabulous. Relatively close to the beach. I had to pay a last minute rate of $150. If I had booked earlier, I could have booked for $100. At that rate, I would have been dancing on the roof. High quality free breakfast is served poolside in a lush, green tropical courtyard with very nice attendants and superior quality coffee. Very lovely. Some of the outdoor decor probably should be painted or cleaned- so don't be distracted by some of the dated landscaping. Loved the Koi ponds and the metal sculptures tho.

    « expected better »

Having had excellent experience at other Best Western in Orlando, I was disappointed by the quality and service of this hotel I considered it to be very standard. I was expecting better especially considering premium on price The position/location is very quite close to Naples and the beaches but there are plenty of alternatives that will be considered. \\one certainly felt the high profit motive in everything provided all services available but some at additional charge

    « Great family stay »

I stayed here for one night in November 2015 with my husband and two young sons. We all very much enjoyed our stay. The buildings look a little tired from the outside but inside the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The two outdoor pools were lovely - the gardens surrounding them weren't quite as large as I'd imagined from reading other reviews, but nonetheless attractive and a nice back drop to the pools and breakfast area (which was outside by one of the pools). The staff were friendly and helpful - the lady serving breakfast let our two little boys feed the fish which they loved. We were also upgraded from a one-bedroom suite to a two-bedroom condo which was great. Breakfast was pretty standard but nice, and we enjoyed eating outside. All in all, highly recommended and I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

Old hotel but excellent condition, very nice, the best location,is the area of Naples where you can be better, the breakfast is served outdoors. I was to see the LPGA tour just 10 minutes! also walking to many places restaurantes, mall, and pga super store and more

« Excellent service and friendliness everywhere »

Nice and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price with all the conveniences you wish, great bfst but above all excellent service and friendliness everywhere but esp. at the reception both in the morning and in the evening .Only negative point; the wifi in the bedroom could be better but that was not so important.

    5
    « A place to re-visit »

A very quiet hotel in an attractive neighbourhood, only minutes from the beach. The two pools set in botanical gardens provide ample space to relax. The staff are all very friendly, courteous and hard working. Breakfast is served alfresco at one of the pools. As usual, the beds are very comfortable. Definitely a place to visit more than once.

    « Pretty good »

Nice location, easy to find and well set out with two swimming pools and rooms around them. Choice of condos, suites and rooms- we had a room but found it a bit small especially the bathroom. Saying that the towels, bed linens were very nice and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good and served around the pool, but seating was a bit limited unless you take it back to your room. No pool towels so can't save towels as all used and no where in small bathroom to dry them.

« A Hidden Treasure in the Heart of Naples, at amazing rates! »

We LIVE in Florida, and when we need a getaway, this, unquestionably, is the place to go! Even if you live on the other side of the world, this is a beautiful hotel. The lush, tropical gardens, statutes, waterfalls, Koi fish in ponds, will immediately remove all stress from your body. It is like a Zen spa for both body and soul. You DEstress instantly! Best of all worlds, if you desire action, night life, beaches, you're only steps away. Upscale shopping in walking distance. Or... relax in your own peaceful Zen gardens and hot tubs under the sun or stars. Exquisite hidden treasure with excellent service, amenities and reasonable, value rates! If you go once, you will be sure to return!

« A highly recommended place to stay that offers exceptional value for money. »

Having sampled the "delights" of ten or so different hotels/motels in the South Florida area the Best Western Naples was by far the best value for money and a real cut above the average establishment in that price bracket. The included breakfast around the pool gave plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and the room very well presented. All in all thoroughly recommended, but book in advance as not surprisingly it's often sold out.

« Another first class stay »

Stayed again for 20 nights at the end of October and early November in a Suite. As ever, having now stayed several times, great location, great staff, great breakfast and great pool area. Suite was of an excellent standard and looked into the second pool which is much better for sitting at than the one where breakfast is. All round great stay and we will be back next year

    « Nice spot »

Great location, lovely property with all the amenities you need. Overall a great value. Having breakfast included was very convenient and value added. Only negative was some construction going on around the pool which was disturbing an otherwise very peaceful and enjoyable place to be,

    « This Place Rocks!!!! »

A group of for girls recently stayed here while we shelled at Naples and Marco Island. We all absolute loved this hotel. The ambience is what it's all about here. the room was nice, especially for the reduced price we paid for the night. The grounds have sculptures and other art all over the place. Very interesting and beautiful. You feel ike you are in another world. Stay here. You will enjoy every minute of your stay.

    « Work / getaway with husband »

From day of booking Marie was so pleasant and helpful. Away for Food Service conference ( Broward ) and relaxing time with husband. We up graded to a beautiful one bedroom apartment. Fully furnished. Enjoyed balcony. Breakfast by the pool was good. Great customer service ladies. Wish I took there names. Nice art work around property. Convenient to publix , Walgreens and Naples mall. Maybe an easy ten minute drive to the beautiful beaches. Really enjoyed the comfort of a one bedroom.

    « A Destination »

Off-Season rates made staying for 3 nights affordable. 2 Pools, Breakfast around the Pool, friendly staff, spacious room, 2 large Flat-Panel HD TVs with DTV. Would be better if the Tiki Bar at the Pool served more than Breakfast, but it's Naples and there's plenty of that nearby.

This hotel is one of the best we stayed in Florida. There are 4 swimming pools and it is a very clean place. Breakfast is included and delicious. « Great place!! The Air' from Scotland! »

Came down to Naples for a few days following 2 weeks in Disney. We have had an amazing and relaxing time! This hotel has been great. Very clean and although we have only been in the pool once it was great and clean with 2 pools to choose from. Room was very clean and had good use of equipment for our needs! Breakfast was self service at pool side which suited us! Although it's quite hard to get a table outside due to the number of guest/rooms but there is plenty of tables in the inside area. I have read various reviews for this hotel and disagree with a few as I would highly recommend this accommodation to family and friends. Very easy to get to from i27 and just off us41. The beach closes to the hotel was I feel by far the best with various sheltered areas and soft sand. Many places to eat ranging from independent to chain restaurants. The Zoo is a great day out for the family

    « Everything works here »

Indeed, central location, walking distance to shopping center, clean apartments with two large TVs, swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical foliage, and reasonable prices, make it for us to stay here for a second time. Cannot think of anything negative other than non inspiring breakfast, but I forgive that for other positives.

    « Great hotel »

This is the second time at this hotel and a great place to stay with a great pool and surrounding gardens. It says a continental breakfast but has all that is needed for us travelling Brits. Good rates, friendly staff ( which I might add is really a massive plus when you have driven up from the keys) clean rooms and all over looking the pool, palm trees and tiki hut by the pool. Very quiet. Would recommend this hotel.

    « Awesome Room - Facility »

okay - this may not look like luxury from the outside, but we were so pleasantly surprised. Booked after reading reviews on TA and got an awesome (albeit likely low season) price. After travelling via motorcycle in the rain from key west - we needed good news and this room was it - spacious king sized bed, drive up parking (to see the motorcycle), beautifully appointed living room with walk out to inner courtyard, pool and hot tub *one of two in the complex. The staff was friendly and chatted with us about the eclectic collection of statues and collectibles on the property (like the 911 NYC FD Firetruck, and fun metal art work throughout the property. As for location - it is right on 41 and very close to the zoo (if planning family trip) and has restaurants and grocery actually within walking distance. We originally booked as a midway stop from Key West to Sarasota - but wished we'd spent another night. Cable, free wifi and breakfast poolside - highly recommended!

« Excellent location, excellent clean huge rooms... »

We stayed here last year, we came across this Best western quite by accident, at that time had two separate adjoining suites, this time we actually got two apartments. They were huge complete with a full kitchen, huge living room area with a fold out bed/sofa, two sink bathroom and a large bedroom. The view was not as nice as the older rooms ( the suites and standard rooms) as they over look the pools ( there are two) Around the pool is like a tropical paradise, there where quite a few children there as apposed to last time we were there in December) for those who don't like children at the pool) ....just saying. Many people who have had there children and are retired don't want to deal with it.. We are going to book again in December. Ok, Yes its not a posh hotel. But we love it, its clean, and in an excellent location and the suite's and apartments are huge ...its fantastic value. You don't always need posh..to have a great stay.. Recommend!

The environment was really wonderful; the location of the hotel perfect, to visit by car the isles and the Everglades, the hotel is realized as a dream, very good breakfast and good accommodation. « Ok for one night stop »

We stayed for one night on our way to the Keys and this hotel was fine for that. The room and hotel are a bit dated but clean and had everything you needed. Free breakfast was good as was the pool area. The beds dipped in the middle so we couldn't both sleep in one, but had a good nights sleep - until the building work going on in the car park woke us up early in the morning.. Good hotel for a stopover
