Best Western Naples Inn & Suites

This is my third review of this hotel over the past decade. Sadly, I can no longer give this the rave reviews that it once deserved. This BW used to be the best kept secret in Naples--wonderfully landscaped, clean and quiet, however not anymore. Grounds are dirty and not maintained. Leaves piling up around and in the pool (when they used to be cleaned daily). The cabana where breakfast is served is in need of a refresh/remake. Pool area used to have umbrellas everywhere, they're down to 2. Room we stayed in was in need of a through cleaning. Mildew in the tub, splatters on the curtains and window blinds. Door was filthy from hands grabbing at the same location. This location used to be spotless. I haven't been here since pre-covid, but it seems like completely new staff and understaffed as well. Friendly front desk, maintenance, breakfast staff and housekeeping have been replaced by "no hablas". While is not a dump, its sliding downhill fast. Goodbye BW Naples. Stayed here for 20 years, and while cliche, it would seem that all good things must come to an end.

What a pleasant oasis in the bustle of Naples this Best Western affords! We pulled off busy 9th Street on a mid week afternoon and checked into a clean and comfortable room on the second floor of a two story main complex. There is a larger building behind the main structure that was undergoing renovations during our several day stay. A private balcony was attached to our room and it provided a secluded, and cozy overlook of the pools and well attended garden. The gardens had a waterway with sculptures and stocked with Koi. We did not avail ourselves of the pools but they seemed clean and kept after. Each morning a worthy breakfast was served by the pool which included continental choices as well as eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, etc. For fine Italian dining we highly recommend the adjacent Bellini's. The service is white tablecloth and the food is quite good, and our business casual attire seemed more than satisfactory. From our balcony during the day and evening you could scarcely notice sight or sound of the busy road nearby. Our room sported a comfortable king bed, internet access, cable, refrigerator and room to maneuver. The bathroom was roomy with good hot water and water pressure. Our only small gripe was the lack of a secure safe in our room. This hotel is convenient to Naples Botanical Garden, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, shopping, restaurants and of course some lovely Gulf beaches. May we suggest Lowdermilk Beach Park, a lovely white sand beach with a snack shack with umbrella and kayak rentals and bathroom facilities located a little more than a mile from this Best Western. And the best thing is that the hotel provides free shuttle service for drop off and pickup at 9am, Noon and 3pm so you don't need to hassle with the limited, paid parking. This was a very pleasant and memorable stop on our recent South Florida getaway and we would be remiss to not mention the attention and outstanding customer service provided by Best Western's Jason Arndt and James McKennon while we were there.

We just returned from a 7-night stay at this Best Western. We had stayed at this location several years ago but the past 2 years their prices were way too high. We returned this year as the prices were more reasonable. I was very hesitant due to all the reviews regarding bugs, construction, etc. I have to say, our stay was absolutely perfect. We had ABSOLUTELY no issues whatsoever. We had a king room which had recently been renovated. The renovations are very nice and clean. There is no more carpet, every room has new furniture, albeit, sparse. The bathroom is totally new with a clean and sparkling stand-up shower only, no tub. I do agree with another review as in, the rooms do need some more furniture, like a table and chairs. We didn't really need it but I feel for those individuals who need to use a laptop or choose to order dinner in. There is nothing to eat on. The small refrigerator was adequate for us. We did miss a microwave. There is a spot in the piece of furniture for it but it was empty. We were on the 2nd floor of the main building. We did not see one bug, none! No mold, no chipping paint. I am of the understanding the entire property is due to be renovated and they are moving on to the back building. We did not hear or see any construction vehicles. We were there from Wednesday to Wednesday. The breakfast area is awesome. No complaints at all. It is more than adequate. Always 2 hot items, along with waffle makers, cereal/milk, breads, bagels/cream cheese, jelly packets, butter, hard boiled eggs. fresh fruit, muffins and oatmeal. Both pool areas were clean, the pools were very cold, not sure if they were supposed to be heated. There did seem to be a problem with the hot tub. They were not hot all the days we were there. That didn't affect us at all. We did not use the beach shuttle as we had our own car so we drove the mile or so everyday. Parking at beach could be a problem, but again, didn't bother us. Rebecca was very helpful and is a great asset to the property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to return and see how the renovations are progressing.

Room was renovated, but was lacking furniture etc. No microwave as advertised as an amenity. No table/chairs to eat and work at. No room safe. No extra blankets. I spoke with the assistant manager about missing items. Said microwave was listed as an amenity and was told the website hadn't been updated; however, the picture of the room on the website was the renovated one. There was a chair in the corner that was useless as there was no table or lamp next to it,

This Hotel is 100% recommended and PETER at the front desk, 200% recommended he was very friendly and respectful with us. The restored room have the requirements that you want to enjoy this beautiful place. The pool are is very clean and nice. We love this place.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY!!! Upon arriving we were shocked at the look of the "resort" it was a motel. We have 4 children, one of which is handicap and the other 3 under 4. There is no elevator. Only a lift. Which is fine, however it was broken and there was no sign posted. Someone from the front offered to carry the 2 large suitcases up. Upon entering the room, we found a dirty sock on the chair, mold and other dirty stuff in the tub and mysterious black objects on the bathroom floor. Since we booked through Expedia, they will nlt refund the room. And they are booked so there is no other rooms to move us to. I asked if they would come and look at the room to see what I was talking about and why I feel like we can not stay here. There is no way I feel comfortable with my children here. I simply asked if they would come and see if this is acceptable. They said they would not and they could not offer a refund and said they were hanging up now and we were free to leave if we would like. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We checked out of Best Western today because of all different kinds of bugs in our room! Cockroaches, ghost ants, round black bugs, other bugs. I have pictures! We told them from check in that we saw a cockroach. James at front desk said they would get someone to spray/set traps. We called again and again and called James, talked to Asst. Manager Rebecca, and left voice message for hotel manager Jim. We also talked to James, sent from BW home office to help due to being understaffed. We asked for our room 356 to be sprayed, set traps, and to help us. And, the room needed to be cleaned. One of the dining room chairs also looked like a child had painted the seat. Dirty and bug infested! No one ever came to clean or spray. We want our money refunded.

I don't know why I keep trying Best Western hotels. It's always disappointing. This morning I booked a room for tonight, paying the high price of $229 for a standard king. I requested an upstairs room. When we checked in I was told that the hotel was fully booked and only a ground floor room was available. I went to my room and checked the official website to make sure the hotel was sold out. Of course it wasn't and the rate had dropped to $215, not that much less but still less. Then the family with the toddler checked in above us and the noise began. The room is renovated but scantily furnished, missing a side table and reading lamp for the chair. Bad customer relations and unspecial room. No more Best Western for me.

Trust the reviews. This place is average, at best. It's being renovated / remodeled and I see why, it needs it. Old school BW which was probably nicer years ago. Construction equipment everywhere which isn't really safe & they start working around dawn. Elevator was iffy when there, not a fan of being stuck on one. Breakfast is outside even on days when it's sprinkling rain. Poorly laid out so huge bottleneck at waffle maker. Attendants smiling & pleasant but no English so didn't know if they had jelly. Son thinks it might be in the open vase-like jar in the refrigerator ..ick. Left a message asking to speak to the manager but never called us back. The Hampton was full or we wouldn't have stayed here. Note to self: next time make reservations at the Hampton earlier.

Walked in to check in and the lobby smelled like someone had clearly been smoking a cigar. Room was very tired. Lots of bugs in the bathroom. Bathtub was painted and chipping off. Chips of paint were floating around your feet because the tub did not drain. We did not receive room service on our last day and had to use tissues for our toilet paper because we were out. The pool area hot tub was green. The “full breakfast“ was the same every day. Watered down eggs and sausage. Will not stay here again nor will I recommend it.

My wife and I holidayed in Florida during July 2023, and pre booked stays in various hotels, as we have done annually for more than 20 years. We stayed at the Best Western Inn & Suites, Naples (3 nights) having stayed there a number of times in recent years. After leaving the Naples hotel, I checked my bank account and was shocked to discover the hotel had fraudulently taken an amount of USD 519 (GBP 412) without my knowledge or consent. I contacted the hotel who were unable to help and suggested I call Best Western's head office in Phoenix, Arizona which I did but after an hour waiting I was informed they had no record of the transaction. We then returned to another Best Western hotel for our final stay in Florida before returning to the UK on 11 July when I discovered that hotel had also fraudulently taken USD 236 (GBP 188) from my account, again without my permission. I e-mailed the hotel asking for an explanation but my request was ignored. After returning home, I called Chase UK, my bank who were aware of this kind of ‘pre-authorisation' transaction and told me I could expect the funds taken would be refunded (no guarantee offered) to my account a month or so later. As predicted, 4 weeks later a refund was credited to my account. Sinisterly, the receipts I received from both hotels on check out did not show any record of those illegal transactions. Another sinister aspect of those transactions (both debit and credit) was all trace of them disappeared from my bank account thus removing all evidence. Fortunately, before they were deleted, I took a screenshot of the transactions. Lesson learned? I will not stay at Best Western again.

Just wish pool heater was working, and that major construction wasn't going on . I was pretty noisy very early . With pool so cold we sat in our room a lot , did have great view from our patio , but noisy . Gentleman at front desk in morning shift was wonderful gave us a sheet of things we could do and see , was very helpful .

This was our fourth visit to Naples and always stay at BW Naples Inn. Currently, they are undergoing a major upgrade. We can't wait to see all the upgrades. We were given an upgraded king suite. It was away from the bulk of the construction so not a problem. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Breakfast was filling. There is a put put course right on the property which was really fun

Dirty expensive the service was terrible. I could have paid the same amount of money for a MUCH CLEANER FRIENDLIER hotel I unfortunately had to quickly find a hotel accommodates my needs and this is the worst

Hotel rooms are old, but they are being renovated. And if you are looking for a secluded little resort-like spot in the heart of Naples, this place should be taken into your consideration. Hotel offers shutle ride to the beach. The property is miniature ground for sculptures with ponds, water falls, little bridges. Secluded little Paradise.

The room was nice and spacious and bathroom was large with two sinks and large counter. Complimentary breakfast by the pool was very good with several options. Would recommend for anyone passing through Naples.

Peter was an excellent attendant, great personality, amazing advice for dinner and beach, I will go that hotel every time I go to Naples Promote him LOL, Food was good service in general is good thank you very very very much

Room 1 had a lot of roaches. We were koved to another. Had roaches too but less than the first one. Bathtub was dirty with black and old mold. Refri was sticky. Sofa-bed sheet had rice grains and black long hair. Ac smells old and roaches. My family and i were really disappointed. I paid a lot for a dirty place. Breakfast was good.

THE WORST! I wish I would've read reviews before booking. My family and I drove two hours after a long day. Checking in at 9:30 pm unpacked and put our kids to sleep. 11:30 pm went to front desk to let them know our ac wouldn't work. Mind you it's SUMMER in FL. It was 82 degrees. They had the audacity to give a box fan, no refund, no apologies. Just plain excuses as to why we had no a/c but had to pay full price to sweat all night. The manager & staff at the desk just argued & were the most unprofessional service desk employees I've EVER encountered. Save your money this place SUCKS!

We're a family of 5 and were travelling through Florida. During this roadtrip we stayed in Naples for 3 nights to enjoy the local beaches and visit the Everglades. At arrival in the BW we got a very warm welcome and great tips about what to do, what to see and where to eat in Naples from the Front Desk officer Peter. He made our stay a great one. The hotel is located central in Naples with the city centre, beaches and restaurants all relatively close by. There is a pool to chill at the end of the day. Breakfast is ok and served in the pool area. The suite we stayed in was spacious, the look and feel of it was a bit out-dated. Overall a postive experience for a few day stay when over in Naples.

The hotel is in a Great Location. The staff try the best to give a good service but they need more people and support to make it true. The AC were not cold enough for Hot Summer! The hotel should give serious maintenance to the AC in each guest rooms. Also, they must clean and fight cockroaches, especially the smallest ones in the rooms. We took pics but for some reason we can not download it....

Dirty.. under the bed there was leftover food.. some pizza and garlic butter.. When we said something about it, it would be fixed right away, but in the evening it was still there. The next morning they would clean it, but nothing.. lots of empty promisses. And at the end the lady for the reception promised a refund and the manager would mail us.. but also nothing. Shame on you

I want to thank the gentleman Peter who was the front desk man who was very professional. he told us a lot about the town and where to go to share time with my family! that aside the hotel was very clean and it's very close to malls and restaurants, overall great experienced

Room keys didn't work, A/C thermostat was locked at 74 degrees, beds very uncomfortable, rug dirty, rooms outdated. The pools needed to be maintained. The parking spaces were not numbered. It was first come first serve. I had to park at the second building and walk to my building.

Beautiful grounds with lush landscaping and koi ponds, several pools and a tiki hut where breakfast was served. We found this property to be one of the best we encountered on this business trip. Peter, at the front desk, was very knowledgeable of the area and directed us to a wonderful dining experience. Hope for a return visit once their renovations are complete.

We opened the door to our king suite expecting to enjoy the next three days away to be smacked in the face with a very overwhelming smell as if in somebody's basement! It definitely needed updating as well. I'm assuming the carpeting and drapes were the culprit. The complimentary breakfast was located outside by the main pool which probably at any other time of the year aside from summer in South Florida may be enjoyable. However we were there in August and there is not any option for seating other than if you get lucky to get an umbrella to sit under you're sitting in your pool of sweat as you try to enjoy your breakfast… or you may not have a table at all to sit at.

This property always delivers. All staff is very accommodating and friendly. And you can't beat the tropical setting that this property is on. The breakfast also is top notch. This is a hidden gem in Naples.

Great location, friendly staff, nice included breakfast, pretty property. Air conditioner and tvs worked great. Pullout bed was horrible. Would have slept on floor if carpet wasn't so filthy and soiled. Disgusting nasty room, filthy vents, mold in bathroom, food left under beds, same potato chips on floor upon checkin were stil there after day 4. So obviously only beds are made, no other cleaning. filthy stained carpeting, towels, toilet paper and tissues had to be asked for at front desk. 5 people in suite room at nearly 200 a night for 4 days. Left nice tip for housekeeping regardless. A half eaten candy bar was left on dresser by housekeeping one day. Room #236. See photos.

We loved our suite with a desk, sofa, chairs and our two bed bedroom. The furniture was old and a bit worn but that made it feel homey and comfortable. The two pools are pretty and the landscaping, with a plethora of sculptures and statues, is lovely. A stream with carp runs through the the grounds with and it's like a small refuge in the center of a big and very expensive city.

This time we had a great experience beginning with Peter at the front desk who goes out of his way to accommodate all guests. He is very helpful and patient. The one bedroom Unit that we got was immaculate and equipped with what looked like new appliances. The cleaning staff was very helpful. The water in the big pool was a bit murky they may need to check the chemicals more often and check the filter system to see if they are working properly. Overall it was a great experience.

This place is horrible starting with customer service. Frontdesk a handicap guy Dylan instead of been humble this kid is all over the place with a crazy attitude. My story my wife book a room thinking it was the apartment,come to figure out it was not so i tell dylan let me talk to them hotels.com and see if we can change it.oh i doubt it we dont have much availability.we talk to hotels.com,the guys saids yes there is availability but you have to pay extra.the difference between both room.OK NO PROBLEM,it was like 90 dollars but the hotel charges a penalty that is up to the manager to wave that 175 dollar for making the change on the day of check in. The guy from hotels.com called dylan to see if we can make that change.GUEST what was the answer NO. so we come back in and check in for the room, room 224 full of mold dirty'dont walk on that carpet with no shoes,roaches all over the place dead. my reservation was from friday till sunday morning i left saturday night that tells you everything. The pool dirty; a bunch of cubans come from miami thinking they owned the place pool side big speakers with loud music no respect for other guest[ IM CUBAN MYSELF BTW} horrible service my friends every weekend is like that,i talked to a worker from the hotel. I came to tripadvisor to read the reviews and i saw one about dylan were it was bad so someone from management left the phone number i think Jason but no answer. I will never come back to this place.Not a family place guys. july 14 2023 i was here

Staff, breakfast, location, and pool setting are great giving it a higher review. Check in process was slow with a long line and process. Staff was patient and welcoming. All our interactions with staff were great. Breakfast was offered by the pool with variety of options, food was hot and refilled frequently. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, offering plenty of shade along paths. The pool area was well maintained and had plenty of areas with both sun and shade. There was a little mini golf area we enjoyed playing at. Downsides we experienced: We had issues with the AC and pest on during our stay causing the lower rating in areas. AC in our first room did not work properly. Staff moved us to another room quickly. The new room AC worker better, but never got below 75 when set lower. Our room appeared clean, towards the end of the stay we noticed pest in the bath room and near the microwave area. We took video and notified staff.

The room is nothing like the pictures showed. It was stinky, outdated, and filthy with all size roaches. Definitely one of our worse stays. Pullout sofa with stains. Awful smell of something dead near the smaller pool. Would definitely not recommend.

The hotel is in need of a major touch up, but even so it's super clean and organized. The help is awesome, always with a smile and willing to help anyway they can. Peter at the front desk is extremely friendly and goes the extra mile to make all guests feel welcome. The rooms are spacious (depending on the square footage selected). Bed and pillows are wonderful. The breakfast area I'm not fond of since it's outdoors and during the summer Florida is too hot to eat outside. Once the remodeling starts, it would be good to provide the option for internal seating in air conditioning for those that opt for it. The shuttle option for the beach is wonderful. We don't have to worry about parking at the beach park. They also have bikes for those that just want to go for a little bit to freshen up at the beach.

We live in Fort Myers and came for an overnight as a reward for our son. Dylan and Monica were wonderful at the front desk, telling us all about the property and the amenities. We got a room on the upper floor after I told them on the phone that our son loved elevators!! Above and beyond. We enjoyed the mini golf which is basic but free and perfect for young kids. Lots of restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The main pool was not heated but the hot tub felt great in January!! On Saturday we played mini golf again and Peter at the front desk gave our son a special reward! The hotel is a bit older, but the property is unique and we wanted for nothing :)

Great location and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast each day had a variety of choices. We had to switch rooms because of noise and the staff was quick to help us. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The price is quite reasonable considering you get free parking and a nice breakfast. Having 2 separate pool areas was also nice. It's not a luxury place but then we weren't looking for luxury prices either. It's really quite perfect and simple. May want to have the bathtub corners cleaned a tiny bit but no real complaint.

The best western was a nice surprise. When I checked in I was greeted warmly by Dylan and Widmy. They were so helpful, professional, and personable. What a great first impression they give guests when they come in. These 2 were like a ray of sunshine after a long day of travel to get to Naples. For the hotel itself, the grounds were beautiful. The pool was heated and surroundings comfortable. We loved our king suite w/ full kitchen and living room. It could have used some updating, but it was fully functional and we weren't in the room much. Although this property is off a busy street we had zero noise issues. My one recommendation would be new pillows for the bed. Overall I would definitely stay at this best western again.

My family (husband and 2 daughters: 7 and 9) recently stayed at the Best Western and it was excellent. Between the 2 pools, hot tub, miniature golf, and coy pods, my kids were very entertained. The front desk staff is amazing as well. Peter and Dylan were knowledgeable and helpful!!! My girls enjoyed talking to them each day. My daughters also enjoyed walking the grounds, playing golf, and looking at all the metal sculptures. The poolside breakfast was excellent too!!! We loved the location of the Best Western in relation to downtown Naples and the beach. When we return to Naples we will absolutely stay at the Best Western. It was bittersweet checking out, but we know we will be back in the future! Thanks for an amazing few days!! :-)

The customer service here is top notch. As I stand in line to be checked in I see the desk staff going above and beyond to accommodate every customer to the fullest with requests I've never heard of being fulfilled. They greet with smiles and patience. Peter helping children with putt putt golf and serving cookies. Widmy giving friendly directions with bike rentals and countless questions I've had throughout my stay, Dylans calming and friendly way with trouble I had with my credit card that was quickly resolved and even recommending movies for my daughter and I. If you're coming to Naples Florida this IS the best Hotel you could ever think of staying. The rooms are clean and comfy, the pools are amazing, breakfast the best assortment I've ever had included with our stay. Thankyou to everybody here at Best Western!

Pre booked a suite for five (5). 3 adults 2 kids. Booked in advance got confirmation in advance and even called them up to let them know m a Diamond member. Bottom line: they gave me a smelly room with a pull out that was literally broken. This room was $300 and I'm a Diamond member Best Western. They did nothing for me. No upgrade when they could have so my kids slept on the floor

Simple, affordable but all you will need for a new retry beach getaway. Nicely kept, clean, two pools, wonderful staff…. So close to everything Naples has to offer. Rig he next to an amazing restaurant, Bellini. Thank you, Peter and the entire crew!

Clump of hair in shower drain, ants in room and trash under beds. The woman that checked me in and cleaning staff were friendly but the man who checked me out was rude when I told him the problems with the room.

We just got back from our stay at the Best Western Naples and couldn't have been happier with our room #235, nor the location, nor the ambiance nor the fabulous people working there, especially the welcoming and very knowledgeable Daisy! The grounds are lush with beautiful foliage and a running stream with Choi fish and a great restaurant, Bellini's, right on the location. I've been to Naples several times and this will be my go to place. Please choose this Inn and say hello to Daisy for me!

This was my third visit at the BW Naples. Rooms are clean and quiet. Nice pool area's. Since we stayed a week we had the 1 bedroom suite which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast buffet is served in the pool area, which is a great spot to enjoy breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Our suite was very clean and comfortable. The whole place was very festive and decorated for Christmas! We had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

It was awful. We went out and bought our own draino unclog the bathroom sink. We had to buy Lysol and sprayed the room twice but still couldn't get the smell out. We found cockroaches running around the bathroom. The front desk was not surprised they were there. All other hotel rooms in the area were booked.

Clean rooms, clean areas (pool, halls, parking)…. Attentive and great staff! Only downside was the clothes washers didn't work…. Overall the stay was great and we had no other issues…. Will definitely choose to stay here again and moving forward

So my family and I recently stayed at this best western for a soccer tournament. The room we stayed in was not worth the price paid. We had roaches in the bathroom and kitchenette area. The room was just overall dirty. The walls were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. We had roaches! The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The carpet smelled humid. The only decent part of this hotel was the breakfast and the pool area. My kid enjoyed the mini golf. Besides that, everything else was terrible.

Send me a reasonable check for all of the incoveniences. I went there for work purposes, not pleasure, and could not rest or sleep at all with the low class indigent people drinking alcohol, smoking pot, and screaming from midnite to 5AM two doors down from my room. I called the front desk to call the police, but front desk did not care, and never called, thus police never arrived. Naughty hotel, unethical frontdesk, with a bad attitudes, and naughty responses. Your hotel is worst than the cheapest motel around.

Of course, this hotel is helped out by the natural beauty of Naples, FL, but they have expertly utilized this to create an amazingly beautiful fancy resort feel on their premises, even though they obviously are working with the structure and caliber of being a Best Western. The staff was polite and accommodated us for an unexpected final night, everything in the room worked perfectly fine and was perfectly clean (usually not the case for 3-star hotels). Would definitely stay again.

Because of Hurricane Ian i had to find alternate housing. This hotel was great, friendly staff, spacious 1 bedroom apartment, on-site laundry, and the excellent location, all for a very reasonable fee. The hotel has daily maid service which was great, unlike many hotels since the pandemic

I am baffled as to why this motel has such good reviews. Put simply, it's a dump with some nice furniture. I stayed at a time when they were charging nearly $200/night, but unfortunately it was the cheapest option. This is a motel composed of multiple buildings disconnected from the lobby. There are two stories but no real elevator; there is a manually operated lift. The lift is slow gets sweltering hot in the daytime. I had a "suite", which was not really a suite but a bed with a separate sitting area, balcony, and three sinks in the bathroom. The bathroom is a claustrophobic space with 7 foot drop ceilings. The walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbors. I'm giving it two stars because it had some nice furniture and the front desk staff was very friendly. But this place is overpriced and old in a bad way.

I stayed there because of doing some business in the area. The facility meet all my needs for location, cleanliness, and efficiency. Will consider visiting the area as a tourist and would happly stay here again.

Jennifer and Deisy worked hard to find rooms for my crews on extremely short notice. They exceeded my expectations and saved my from lodging on the east coast and driving over every day. This is my go to hotel.

This hotel was a great place for us to stay while we were recovering from Hurricane Ian. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a large room with a kitchen, which was spacious and clean.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich CT. It was more than 2x the money per night and while very nice, my 1 night stay at the Best Western in Naples was really every bit as nice. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite and Cecilia went above and beyond and without asking she brought me extra coffee for my early start the next day. The pool courtyard and gardens gave it a real vacation feel and the hot breakfast out by the pool was very good too. Would gladly stay here on any visit to Naples in the future. The Italian restaurant next door was excellent too!

Needed to stay at a hotel near the interstate for a business trip but they were all booked. Was worried that there would be storm damage at this hotel but it was absolutely fine. All the staff were super friendly. Nice room overlooking pool and landscaping, including cool fish pond. Lovely relaxed (and good) breakfast by the pool area. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the best place to stay in Naples for not only for the value of the money it is absolute beautiful it's an older hotel set an a tropical setting. I was there five days with my nephew and we loved everything about the hotel. Close to everything the breakfast around the pool is over The top. Room to spacious beds are comfortable or rooms have a balcony. Two pools to Jacuzzis. There is a Shuttle to the beach and much more And the staff was over the top they couldn't do enough for you. especially when I arrived at 1:30 in the morning when the other hotel I was staying at had lightning strike the hotel and they lost electricity Kevin at the desk was so helpful and got me into a room very fast. And the manager is Daisy and Steve we're so nice and every other member of the staff were exceptional! This will be the only hotel I will be staying in next time I'm in Naples can't wait to come back❤️ Regards Maureen

Been staying here for work and Garmalie at the front desk was soo accommodating and nice. The breakfast is good and in a beautiful outdoor setup with a coy pond. Felt like i was on vacation. Highly rec!

Awesome time at this convenient location, very friendly staff, they will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, Maribel, our housekeeper was on top of things are all times, paying close attention to everything we needed. Now Mr. Peter at the front desk displayed the most amazing Customer service we had ever experienced, he was informative, friendly and funny, just talking to him made us wanting to extend our stay. You ought to give this place a chance.

Stayed for 2 nights to finish off our florida vacation after driving down from Kissimee before flight out of Miami. We absolutely loved it and we're so pleased we chose to stay here. The room decor isn't high end hotel, clean and pretty basic but did the job. Bathroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The grounds and pools were great. Our room ba ked onto the pool so we could walk straight out onto the poolside. Boys loved it so much. Breakfast great, poured with rain one morning but covered space to eat by the pool. Close to beach, 5 mins in the car. We hope to be back in the future, will definitely stay here again. Staff were all great, lovely chap on the grounds fed the fish with my young son who enjoyed it very much.

I have stayed here for at least 10 years on traveling to Naples on business. It is a little gem on Tamiami Trail. That property is The equivalent of a technical garden with coupons and tropical plantings throughout. It is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. It's full of vh charm and it's wonderful staff make every trip a pleasant stay for me. I have recommended it to many of my friends and colleagues and I can't say enough nice things about them.

The rooms are really nice, the staff is friendly, Eduardo, Merlin and Rosmery work in the breakfast area and they are friendly, they keep the breakfast area clean and always ask if you need any help, we will definitely be back.

We went to Naples to meet up with a cousin I hadn't seen in 50 years. We had originally planned on staying only one night, but we arrived a day earlier than our reservation. The reservation desk was right on it and fixed us right up. They were pleasant and treated it like it was no problem. When asked that evening about a restaurant close enough to walk to, they gave us several options. They had a variety of snacks and drinks in the lobby for those unplanned goodie cravings, which we took advantage of later. The grounds (courtyard) was beautiful. Trees, flowers and statues in every nook and cranny. Along with a very nice pool and jacuzzi. About 10 days later, I went into my bank account to pay my credit card bill and noticed that it was a bit high. I then realized that I had been charged too much. I had upon making the original reservation stated that I wanted to use my loyalty points and get my discount. After talking to Daisy, the manager, we realized that it was a simple oversight made when I had changed my length of stay. She went right in and changed my charges and refunded my credit card. I cannot express how nice she was about it when we realized how the mistake had been made. I know that people make mistakes, but so many don't own up to them and try to put the blame elsewhere. She did not. It was taken care of immediately. Yes, if the opportunity arrives, I will definitely stay there again.

I LOVE this hotel with it's lush tropical foliage, ponds, unique decor, nicely appointed rooms and EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Very clean property, right on 41 convenient to shopping, downtown and beaches. I have stayed there 5 times so far and won't stay at any other hotel in Naples! The complimentary breakfast bar by the pool will definitely fill you up for the day with waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, fresh fruit, juices & more and of course coffee! It's great for families w/kids, business travelers and solo travelers like me.. So, if you're going to Naples be sure to get your accommodations at BW Naples Inn and Suites… I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do!!

Traveling with my Son, we stayed at this Best Western Plus. We had a suite & it was very clean & the beds were comfortable. Easy check in with a very friendly desk clerk. We arrived very late, so we didn't get to use the pool. Whenever I return to Naples, I will be staying here again.

We drove into Naples without a reservation and we were still able to reserve a night at their hotel. The staff, including the front receptionist named Peter, were very helpful in giving us directions and recommendations for local attractions! We loved the breakfast and the fact that they had a heated pool and choi fish to look at nearby! Overall, we had a wonderful time at this resort and would recommend anyone, including children, to come to this hotel if they ever go to Naples, Florida!

This isn't so much about the hotel as it is the people staying there. First they don't have enough tables and chairs to accommodate. The foreigners are rude, obnoxious and think it's all theirs. Loud music, couple stole our table for breakfast.

Nice rooms and the resort had a beautifull garden. Near shops and restaurants. Great Pool and breakfast. The Napels Pier and beaches Just a 5 or 10 minuten drive away. We loved the Publics and Coastland around the corner!

Very standard hotel, without any luxuries and a bit far away from the interesting places at Naples. Good breakfast served near the pool in a comfortable environment. Front desk really bad, we asked a couple of questions and we were treated as if we were bothering them. Didn' t insist any more. Concluding, if you want to go to the beaches, try to spend some more money and go to a hotel near the shore.

This is quietly one of the best stays...great size rooms, pools, breakfast and staff....at a amazing price!! The price makes it so easy to stay here and its near everything we wnat to go see and do. Love it

Unsecured internet only and was used to process credit card transactions. My job doesn't allow unsecured internet access. Therefore could not work on a business trip. Visibly dirty carpets, walls, doors. Mattress poor. Awoke with bed bugs. Room smelled of smoke. Third night A/C broke.

My whole family loved the room our youngest child with Austin didn't want to leave he love everything about our stay can't wait to go back going back in August the check in was pleasant and fast the service was A++++

The grounds were well kept with statues, ponds with Koi fish, and mini waterfalls all around the pool. Really pretty at night with the lights. It even has a mini golf area which was unique. I traveled solo and found myself talking with the staff and they were all very receptive and helpful. Felt safe.

The breakfast buffet by the pool and koi ponds in a winner and our kids won't let us stay anywhere else. The pools are always clean and the grounds are well cared for. There are funky overdone statues hidden and in plain sight across the grounds, which lends a welcome air of eccentricity. The only negative is the standard rooms are dark and dated. The apartments are dated also, but brighter. Overall, though, the price point reflects the age of the decor, so it's all good. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. We return every June to visit family and our 6 kids ages 10 to 20 insist this is the only place we can stay!

Travelled with my family from Boca Raton,Florida. Reached the hotel around 12 pm the hotel staff let us check in without any fuss. Great staff ,nice tropical set up kids loved the fish ponds and the pools. Good breakfast. Excellent location everything was close.

We flew into Florida a few days ahead of our scheduled beach house rental. We had not chosen a place to stay and found this hotel and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast more than adequate.

My husband and I have been staying at best Western hotels for years. This hotel was in a perfect location, a 1 mile drive to the beach, although the hotel did provide rides to the beach every three hours. The tropical landscaping literally nestled the hotel rooms which was exactly what I was looking for. It was very cozy, tucked in and private, and at times I felt like the hotel was ours alone! Steve the manager was fantastic and attended to any means we expressed. The entire staff was friendly and warm and inviting, I can't say enough about them all! I love the tropical music that was played at the pool during the day, it added to the experience for sure. Best western hotels are such a great value that we used when our children were young, and still used today now that we travel without them! You can't beat those waffles! Five stars to the Naples in! We will definitely be back, definitely!

A very pleasant location, especially if traveling with children. Location has beautiful gardens, two pools, a small mini golf course and statues of animals throughout the property. (In conjunction with Naples Zoo.) The hotel breakfast is standard but made more enjoyable by being served outside to eat around the pool and gardens. Plenty of ice machines throughout. Adequate parking. Generally Friendly staff. Facility is older but maintained.

We were looking for a good hotel that met our requirements and we found it at the Best Western Naples Inn & Suites. The whole hotel site was extremely clean and well looked after even though the rooms were somewhat dated there were well kept and quite satisfactory. The complimentary breakfast was quite excellent as was all the staff from the Manager down to the maids.

Excellent hotel, personnel is exceptional, great for families! It's close to the beach, you can walk or take the hotel shuttle. Have returned to this hotel few times and we love it!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice hotel…just really dated. Ceilings are only 7 foot. But accommodations were nice lots of room and clean. Just needs serious updating. Did not use pool but appeared to be nice. Staff was fairly friendly. Would use again as rates were reasonable.

We had to pay top dollars for a 'deluxe' suite at this hotel over Easter weekend. The suite turned out to be an old fashioned rather run down small sleeping area with a tiny bathroom and a sitting area with a couch and desk. Not all the lamps worked. The full American Breakfast served 'a fresco' at the pool meant a standing in a long line to pick up powdered eggs, trying to line up to toast some stale bagels, and lining up for coffee. There are not enough tables to accommodate the crowds, and most tables were in the sun. The second day we decided ti skip this nightmare. Rooms are poorly isolated and we could hear everybody walking around above us, and could hear people arguing ion the room next door.

We've stayed here 3 times now in the past year. This time we tried the 2 bedroom apartment. The layout is quite different from the one bedrooms and it's a little cramped. But our teens were happy to not have to sleep on a sofa bed this time. The kitchen seemed smaller in these too because the wall doesn't open onto the dining table. The patio is only accessible from the master bedroom. The kids had to walk through our bedroom if they wanted to go out there. That aside it worked well for us. We saved some money by eating breakfast and one other meal here. The place is old and dated, but they keep it up ok. We did not have any issues with bugs in the room.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! - we flew in late at night and went to check in about 11pm. We had booked one of the 2 Bedrooms | Apartment - 1 King 1 Queen Bed and upon entry into Room 260 (with an outside door entrance), there were large 4-5inch cockroaches scurrying around the floor and under the furniture in the living room space. Our 3 small children were terrified. My husband tried to step on the bugs but was unsuccessful. We promptly returned to the check in desk with crying children and I asked to be refunded as we would not be able to stay in that room or any other at this hotel. She told me she did not know how to do refunds. I emailed the general manager of the hotel and also filed a complaint with Best Western customer service. As of 4/5/22, I have not heard from either nor have I been refunded. I will update this review if anything changes.

This place looks like it was built in the early 70's and hasn't changed since. It really needs an overhaul. The room had hair (as well as pubic hair) in the bed from a prior guest so the sheets were never changed when we arrived. The room had a musty odor and many things were in bad shape. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, damage on all the furniture, rusted door hinges and closet door tracks. The bathroom door was warped and needed to be planed as it would not open or close properly. In addition, my room was on the first floor as this is a two story motel. You can hear every footstep from guests above. Not exactly what you want to hear if your neighbors are up before you are. We raised our concerns to the front desk as well as housekeeping and got the issue resolved in regards to changing the linens. We also inquired about the property itself and discovered it was sold to a new owner prior to the pandemic and there might be renovations forthcoming. Let's hope so as the pool and the grounds were lovely. It's just the room itself that needs attention. If this property were to renovate the rooms, we'd come back for sure but if not, I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

The good: well-manicured grounds, breakfast buffet by the pool, about a mile from the beach. Patio sitting area made up for smallish room (we had 2 double beds on ground level). Quiet when windows closed: we were right by the hot tub but did not hear the folks outside unless we opened a window. Never heard any of our neighbors. Could improve: apparently it's OK to smoke on your patio? And then it wafts into other rooms and common areas. Also, more than 1 staff member during busy times would be nice, but with current staffing issues, I thought they did a good job. Good value for the location. Would definitely stay again.

Poor customer service. Not the cleanest room with water damage on part of ceiling in room, bathroom grout black in corners, and rusted hinges/tracking to bathroom cabinets/closet. Way overpriced! Left next morning to another hotel that has been a much better experience.

The Pool area feels like an exotic location. Reception desk (Steve) was professional patience & kind Shuttle to the beach!! big Plus! and the short distance from the 5th avenue!. When we needed to change the separate double beds arrangement to a one! the service guy came with in 5 minutes!

We stayed here over spring break with two children under the age of 5. The location was great, a quick drive or leisurely walk to the beach area, which was very important in my decision of where to stay. The provided beach shuttle, while we did not use it, was a wonderful amenity. We also enjoyed the 2 pools! The daily breakfast was nice and we always felt like we had enough options. The breakfast was fully staffed and the food was constantly replenished, no matter what time we arrived. Kids also enjoyed the mini golf area and the large collection of blu-rays to borrow. As others have stated, the landscaping and grounds are really beautiful. It is evident the team takes a lot of pride in the upkeep of the gardens. We stayed in a king suite and I would definitely consider staying in that again, the next time we visit Naples. It has been over 20 years since I've stayed at a Best Western or similar layout hotel and this was a great experience. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

This hotel has potential but it falls short!!! It's definitely not a 3 star hotel. The photos are deceiving! Rooms are small, cramped, outdated and smell! The showers are narrow and there is no countertop space. Little water pressure in the shower. The pool and hot tub were not clean. Front desk staff lack customer service skills! They did not try to address our concerns regarding the smell of cigarette smoke in our room!

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, the tropical feel was wonderful. Close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for staying in the Naples area. They had a beach shuttle that runs at 9 am, noon, 3 pm but we drove the few miles to the beach instead.

We stayed at the hotel for a one night stay. The grounds were very nice with two spacious pools and hot tubs in two different areas of the property. The room was a decent size, clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was both hot and cold foods and was served outside by the pool with plenty of room to spread out. There are many places to eat within walking distance of the hotel

This Is our favorite motel in Naples. We stayed there for the third time, because we were really very satisfied with the property and services. Good choice of breakfast meal and we love the outdoor pool.

When we walked into our 1 bedroom condo the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The kitchen appliances were all high end and in good working order. The included breakfast served poolside was extraordinary. The food was delicious and replenished frequently. The area was kept spotless. The gardens were lush and beautiful. We loved the trails with the sculptures. Nice putt putt golf area. Pools and hot tubs were kept clean and well maintained. Very close to Lowdermilk park beach.

Nice place, well kept grounds. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. One heated pool for cooler months, which our kids loved. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was nice sized for a family of 5. Becoming a bit dated, could use some updating. Overall nice place though.

They put their resources in their grounds. Gorgeous plants and patio, pool areas. one heated pool, one not heated (in January). Property is small. It's right on a busy divided highway (35 -40 mph) but once at the pool, you don't notice it. Breakfast in pool area each morning was a delight, at least with our good weather. Some items weren't working in our room but once we caught the maintenance guy, he fixed everything very quickly. Kitchen needs some extra items. Had only 5 forks for instance. No sharp knives, only butter knives! No scissors. Came with salt and pepper but that was about it. Dishwasher soap was provided but not dish soap. Once I accepted these oddities, I still really enjoyed my stay. We were in 2-bedroom apt which I hear is 20-30 years old whereas the smaller hotel rooms are much older but they are to get renovated this summer. Most of our apt was nicely furnished but some of walls had stains so every now and again you'd be reminded of how old it is, like the shower. A lot of people we talked to loved this property and compared it to similar properties but preferred this one. If you're in a smaller unit, you can be right by the pool, walk out a few steps and you're there. That's not available for the larger apts, they are set back without a pool view but still only a one-minute walk to both pools. You can rent beach cruisers there for about $10/hour. In good shape, you need to download an app. Also you are a beautiful one-mile drive from amazing beach Lowdermilk with all the amenities, playgrounds, showers, food, kayaks to rent, chairs/umbrellas to rent.

We choose this property every time we come to Naples. The courtyard is the most well-maintained courtyard I've ever seen at a motel....almost like having a botanical gardens right outside your sliding glass door. The breakfast staff by the pool keeps everything neat and fully stocked. Good choice of food options. Front desk worker was very understanding when I said we'd need to check out a day early due to health concerns of one of the members of our party.

I've stayed at this hotel before and always enjoyed my stay. However, my husband and I only previously stayed in the rooms in the main building which is newer. This time, we stayed with my parents and our two toddlers in one of the one bedroom apartments. The apartment was located in an older building and the interior was a bit dated. However, what we disliked the most was the carpeting in the apartment. It wasn't that there was any visible debris on the surface of the carpets and floors, but it looked like the carpets needed to be steam-cleaned. Whenever our toddlers kicked their shoes or slippers off, the undersides of their feet would turn black from the dirt in the carpets. My parents slept on the pull-out couch in the living room, however the mattress was old and was sagging in the middle. Our visit was also during the holidays, so the room rates were much higher than usual. Overall, I would recommend staying in one of the smaller rooms in the main building, but I wouldn't recommend staying in one of the apartments in the older building.

The place is immaculate. They just don't make hotels like this anymore. Even though the rooms and furniture is dated, the complex is well maintained. TV s are awesome. 50 inch TVs. We were shocked that housekeeping came almost everyday.

My wife & I enjoyed our recent stay at BW Naples. The location was perfect with regards to the beach, shopping mall next door and close to 5th Ave restaurants. The two pools and two hot spas worked out nice as was the morning breakfast outdoor serving area. Onsite staff was wonderful & welcoming throughout our stay.

This is a very nice and quaint hotel in beautiful Naples. It is resort style for sure. The property is very well kept. This is a place where you can relax. The location is set in an area where there are plenty of places to eat. It's location is close to many Naples' finest attractions.

Upon check-in we were notified that they'll be no hot breakfast at the hotel but a grab and go breakfast in a bedroom that was so small and cramped with people not wearing any masks. It was very unsanitary and non-Covid friendly.

Poor communication at front desk, poor staffing. Rooms were great, very clean upon arrival . The rooms were very spacious . It was very nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was clean with a hot tub which were very nicely maintained. The lawn chairs were all being switched to new ones.

This is our second time to stay at the Best Western on 9th St. This property is so well manicured and is a perfect example of a classic Florida inn. The location is perfect and close to shopping and the beach. My father lives in Naples and we like to stay here when we visit him! We love it here!

We had to change our reservation from 2 rooms to one for the two nights. When we called to make the change they only did it for one night. We were informed of this error upon arrival at the hotel. They were not able to fix the mistake because they were overbooked. We then had to switch rooms after the first night which was a huge inconvenience. We were there to Kayak early and we went for breakfast at 7:00. It was very dark and the lighting around the pool where breakfast was being serve was poorly lit and I actually fell off the deck step and bruised my heel. The rooms were clean and the grounds nice but the actual experience fell short due to the room mix up.

This location is a tropical paradise in the rough. The pool areas rival some of the resorts I have stayed at in Mexico, Hawaii, and the Caribbean. Staff was great and made every attempt to accommodate us, from a minor room change to extra towels (maid service is on every 4th day). This is a great location for families with two pools and two hot tubs. The included breakfast ; scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, various breads, muffins, cereal, juices, and coffee. Served outside - in paradise! Was more than adequate. There are other restaurants within walking distance as well. This property is not on the beach but there is one close. I would recommend the larger "king" rooms. One member of our family opted for a more basic selection and had to make a room change (after seeing ours). The property is "dated" but clean and is reminiscent of motor inns of the 60's and 70's. Our first floor unit seemed refreshed but was akin to a room in a basement with its acoustic tile ceiling and warn furniture. There was a sliding door and patio leading to the pool area which was a nice touch. The property can become quite loud if there are ruckus individuals staying there. I reccomend bringing you own pillows. The ones provided were small (like those provided on a long-haul commercial flight) and not adequate. Overall this property is a hidden gem, with accessibility to beaches, zoo, and shopping.

The rating for this Best Western were absolutely spot on. The entire staff were quick and friendly. The place was beautiful you felt like you were at a resort. We truly enjoyed our stay. Bed was super comfortable, the location was ideal and value was perfect.

Kinda sad that we only stayed here one night. The grounds of this hotel are more like what you would expect at a 5start hotel. Beautiful garden, koi ponds, water fall/features and statuary. I could have sat for hours admiring my surroundings.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and beautiful property. Good value and conveniently located. Short ride to the beach. Could use better attention to rooms as far as everything in good operating order. Needs to better police area to control poorly behaving guests (loud, drunk guests disrupted our sleep).

Overall average stay, staff decent, obviously you don't get helped with choices. Location is good, think for the price there are similar newer hotels in the vicinity. Rooms are in bad shape, unless one books the apartment suite.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent for Naples. Easy to drive or walk to restaurants or bike to the beach. We did not use their beach or airport shuttles, but glad to see that they had them. The courtyard surrounded by the rooms was in excellent condition and just beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.

I have been coming to this property for 15 years and can honestly say this is the best kept secret in Naples. How can someone not love being in a botanical garden setting. It feels like you're in a 5 star resort. There were some compromises due to Covid but the staff there was very accommodating to your needs and are top notch in what they due. This goes from the Desk, to Housekeeping and to Maintenance. They are a very hard working crew and will due whatever is takes to make sure your stay is exceptional. And again, they have succeeded!! I highly recommend this property and almost hate to give my secret away.....

This property met all of our expectations the premises was very clean they have beautiful water features and amazing decor. The breakfast could of been a little better it was to salty for me. All the staff was very kind and accommodating

This is our second time staying here this year. We love staying here when in Naples because they have apartments with fully functioning kitchens for a reasonable price. We had a one bedroom with a screened in balcony to enjoy. The kids voted the sofa bed very comfortable. The king bed was comfy too. Nice supportive pillows. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did not take part in the poolside breakfast this time because we got groceries at the Publix in the next complex over. We could not hear any neighbors so the walls and floors are well soundproofed. The pools are lovely also. And if you want to putt a golf ball around you can try their small mini golf area. One bit of advice is to keep your kitchen clean if crumbs because little ants will invade your space if you don't. We will stay again because we're already planning when we can get back here.

Our family and friends group travel frequently to Key West but this was a first staying on the East Side of the island. Not only was the BW Hibiscus Motel a hidden gem with a clean & refreshing swimming pool, lush gardens and impeccable rooms, but we also uncovered many hidden gems in the neighborhood. Grabbing Korean BBQ from Garbo's grill at Hank's, enjoying a hangover helper at Ram's Head Bloody Mary Bar, and indulging in happy hour tapas at Alonzo's Oyster Bar, we uncovered so many places we've heard about but never frequented on this side of the island. We enjoyed breakfast croissants & Cafe au Lait at Frenchies Cafe on United and delicious crepes & omelets at Banana Cafe on Luisa. We even squeezed in two nice dinners at El Siboney (Cuban) where we had the best fried pork chunks this side of Cuba, as well as an indescribably delicious dinner with the chef specials and the one-of-a-kind shrimp mac-n-cheese at Milagro Restaurant & Cafe. Looking forward to another KW visit real soon!

It is a nice place to stay. They could use more employees during breakfast time, to serve and keep the tables clean and ready. Very nice pool areas. Very close to the beach. They need to clean the rooms more often than every 4 days.

We had the best service, the front desk was amazing, the room was spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer, thank you for Amazing customer service. Not to mention, everyone was so very nice. Thank you!!!!

I have visited this hotel with my family for the past 10 years. The quality of the services has became terrible. Starting for the breakfast variety and quality of products, the condition of the building ( toilet leaking, bathtub clogged, rustic on bathroom accessories , disgusting carpet, hard beds, etc) and the constant noise from other guests, no reinforce from the hotel staff the noise policy and rules for the pool. I was woke for my neighbor at 4:00 am, who decided to open a disco on his room. Terrible we will never go back!

This place was the perfect find! Near the Botanical Garden and Zoo. Places to eat with in walking distance and a grocery store for those with full kitchens! We lived walking the property and seeing the koi, steam punk like decorations, and plants. It was the perfect getaway

We stayed here at the Best Western for 2021's Spring Break as a destination before staying in Marco Island. The property is fantastic and there are many fun places nearby to explore. Our "apartment" was clean, the night sleep was good, and the facilities are wonderful. First, the cleanliness. There are no problems here as our "apartment" was very clean. All of the towels looked extremely clean and there are no bed bug issues from my experience. The balcony had zero bug issues as it is screened in. This makes enjoying the balcony they provide stress-free. My Rating for this Category: 5/5 Second, the night sleep. Because I was traveling with my family, I slept on the room's pull-out sofa bed. This bed was shockingly comfortable and I was out like a light very quickly. The sheets for this bed were also nice. My Rating for this Category: 5/5 Finally, the facilities. Here on the property, there are two pools and one is heated, two hot tubs, a tiki-hut breakfast area, and a mini-golf course, which is more like a small putting green. The breakfast was great under the tiki-hut, which is doing a full breakfast served by the staff at the moment, and the pool area was fun and spacious. My Rating for this Category: 5/5 This hotel served its two-night purpose very well. The place is clean, the night sleep was fantastic, and the property's facilities are wonderful as well. If my family and I were in the area again, we will definitely be back and I would recommend the place to others as well.

This hotel has a beautiful landscape which makes it feel like a resort rather than a hotel. Warm breakfast by the pool every morning. Only 6 washers and dryers for the entire facility that closed at 10 pm which was inconvenient. Comfortable beds and pillows.

This is a beautiful hotel for the money. Staff was friendly and our room was very nice and clean. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped. And the free breakfast of bacon, eggs and various breads, cereals and oatmeal by the pool is a great perk. Be sure to get to the breakfast early All was well…except. Litter around the grounds, some of the landscaping had been neglected and worst of all our shower did not work. When I called the front desk I was told they do not have a maintenance person on site and it could not be fixed until the next day. They also had no other rooms to put us in. So our only help was a sponge bath. All they could offer was a discount on the room. What scares me is that you would think that housekeeping would have noticed the shower did not work and report it. Like I said for the money this is a great place. It's close to the beach and our room was very clean. Just check your shower as soon as you check in.

I chose this hotel for a short stay with our family because of the great reviews and claims of cleanliness. I could not be more disappointed. Within 15 minutes of arrival we pulled back a curtain to find a lizard. Who then scurried away and by the time we caught him his twitching tail had fallen off. GROSS. The bathroom was disgusting and in disrepair everywhere I looked. The coffeemaker sits on the bathroom counter and I move it to find a large puddle of somebody's old coffee -- CLEARLY THE BATHROOM HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED!! Shocking, especially, in the midst of a pandemic. There was rust on metal fixtures everywhere I looked. SO GROSS. Poor construction that caused the tops of doors to rub against the ceiling causing damage. Mold/Mildew all around the bathroom. Filth under the bathroom cabinets and cabinets doors that were askew. The bathroom door was so jacked up you had to use your body weight to actually secure it shut, and then it was a battle to get out. My poor 6 year old was traumatized for a minute thinking he was stuck!! And to top it off, our last night the stupid smoke alarm battery decided to die so there was the obnoxious chirping of a dying battery all. night. long. I've passed by this hotel every since I was a little kid on vacation - we finally got to stay there and I was extremely disappointed with our accommodations and nobody seems to care.

We had a great stay here at this Best Western in Naples. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. This is an older hotel that I rather enjoyed. The down stairs suit was large, super clean and had a wonderful private patio. I found it to be very nostalgic as I group up in south Florida and have stayed in many Florida hotels in the past.

Very Nice, up dated, enjoyable beautiful place. I enjoyed the sliding glass doors from my room to pool and hot tub. Was beautiful. The room was updated and smelt great not old. Everything I needed was in room. 8 traveled for 2 weeks and stayed in many horrible rooms that were expensive. This place was great. I'd stay there again.

Excellent location and clean place. Breakfast definitely is a boost to start your day off right. Close to Publix, gas stations, Mall and the beach. The pool was very clean and the spa was very relaxing.

if you go get the suites. very nice and clean rooms. They were quiet. We enjoyed having a bottle of wine on the patio everynight. As far as breakfast goes it is during covid so expect to have a repeat of same thing everyday.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay. We loved everything about our stay from being greeted by the friendly staff, to the two different pools, our room was great and we slept very comfortably. We also took advantage of the mini golf and had a wonderful time!

I have been to most of the Best Western Chain in Naples and Ft Myers but I had missed one “Best Western Naples Inn and Suites” on Tamiami Trail. The location is over 50 years old and the original owner I am told built it as a place for families and couples to feel they are really away from home and are on budget. It really shows that personal touch. In my opinion; this one is the best "Best Western's"!!! The other ones were great and service was awesome but this one is out of the box totally awesomeness in every way possible. Here goes my review of “ Best Western Inn and Suites of Naples”; First off let's start with the check in experience. "Luis" was pleasant and gave us a beautiful room and told us everything the property has to offer. First; each room has a Blu-ray DVD player and they100's of movies to borrow at no cost. Also each room has 50 inch TVs with many premium channels at no cost. Also met "Yvonne" who was at the front desk in the evening and was very friendly and made our stay carefree and with no stress whatsoever. In the office they have snacks for your enjoyment but the only suggestion is to sell "microwave popcorn'' to make it a perfect movie night after a leisurely day at the beach, pool or whatever you do. The rooms are broken into Hotel Rooms, Suites and 2 Bedroom Apartments. The price of an apartment at times is under $160 a night. We stayed in a hotel room “123”. It was a perfect 2 double beds with an excellent air conditioner. It was on the first floor facing the pool. Each room has two chairs on your balcony. Also microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker and and in room safe and carbon monoxide alarm. If you forget your toothbrush, don't worry they have it available complementary. Hair dryers come standard. Free superfast wifi. "Veronica Martinez" from Housekeeping couldn't do enough with her staff to make our stay great. The property has 2 pools. One heated. The other actually on a hot day is very refreshing. Two hot tubs. A miniature golf course. Beautiful ponds with koi fish and waterfalls and bridges. As soon as you step onto the property; you come alive with a feeling of pleasure and awe. You truly feel you are on vacation in a tropical oasis. Palm Trees adorn the entire property with amazing statues of mermaids, elephants and monkeys. So many places to take picture perfect postcards to email to your friends and family. You are 1 mile away from Naples Beach. Every morning comes with a buffet breakfast. Sunday we had bacon and eggs. They have hot and cold cereal, fruit, coffee and tea, muffins or croissants. Breakfast is by the beautiful pool from 7am to 10 am every day. Tables with umbrellas are available to eat your breakfast. "Aida" always served the food with a smile. Barbie and I are looking forward to coming back and staying in a suite or apartment for weekend getaway again real soon......................................

Good location, nice size room, bur hotel is old, need refurbishing, in and out , and some service was cuted because of Covid, breakfast is terrible , no choice at all, food is not fresh and not good taste

Stayed here with my wife for 3 nights. The cost per night was 107.00 which lured me into booking this hotel as we payed a hefty price for a beach hotel on fort Meyers beach for the first 4 days on our vacation so I was trying to save a few bucks. Well you get what you pay for, the hotel is very old the rooms are old and dated and I didn't think they were very clean also. The hotel grounds are unique with 2 decent pools and lots of plant vegetation and Palm trees. The balcony off of your room is unusable due to the air conditioner running constantly blowing hot air and very loud. The chairs on the balcony I swear worth 40 years old all stain done tore up. The best part of this hotel is the location it's close to many stores and restaurants. Italian Italian restaurant right next-door is very good we enjoyed that very much one night. So the question is would I stay here again NO I would not. This is a good hotel for young families that have kids and That don't want to spend a ton of money staying somewhere. I noticed in Naples that a lot of the namebrand hotels are very old and dated if you wanna stay in a nicer hotel you're going to pay a hefty the price for it.

Really enjoyed our stay. The suite was really sweet and the beds comfortable. We got in late and still had quick service by some really cool staff. The internet was fast and the shower was nice and hot!

This was our 5th year staying at this hotel. We have absolutely loved it and for the most part this years stay was OK. We missed all the staff from the previous years and the new owners have made some changes. The current staff is OK just not quite as friendly as the previous years. We were disappointed in the beach shuttle schedule being cut back and the lack of chairs and umbrellas. The past 4 years that was always a great perk. There were always an abundance of chairs for guests to use when they would take the shuttle. I did get one but the driver said that the only chairs they have are the ones that are donated after a guest leaves (which I did since I had to buy one). Since we are still in Covid times, the breakfast and housekeeping had to be adjusted. We were fine with that. Breakfast was still better than any chain hotel. The breakfast staff were extremely helpful and friendly and there was a familiar face there. Housekeeping is done, I think every 4th night, which was fine with us. We were able to get clean towels by just making a call and we left our trash at the end of the hallway if it got filled up. We had an apartment this time as there weren't any king suites available. The apartments are nice and have a nice screened in balcony. It was quiet and the pools were very nice. You don't get acknowledged here as being a Best Western member, no welcome bag, or extra points for not having the welcome bag. We would still recommend this hotel but just know if you are a return guest some things have changed. Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, shops, banks, etc. nearby.

A basic hotel in the heart of Naples sporting an adorable courtyard in heart of Naples. While the hotel rooms were simple, no frills, they were comfortable and roomy. Bathrooms were acceptable but amenities such as hair dryers were provided in a bag on the door rather than mounted on the wall (okay with us but a little difficult to use). Inconveniences were more than made up for with (simple) breakfast served poolside near the the beautifully landscaped courtyard. We very much enjoyed walking the courtyard! While we did not try the on-site Italian restaurant , it did seem a little high end for your average hotel stay. Overall an a+ stay and we will stay again!

Wonderful atmosphere, great staff , nice breakfast location, great overall ( has a balcony , being between the few accomodations to offer a balcony ). Great also for kids, a superb garden with a fish pond

So it seems like Naples Fl is a very expensive place to stay , at least during Easter week . So booked this hotel at over 200.00 dollars a night . The check in process took like 20 minutes because one clerk on duty and multiple issues going on. When checked out , no one bothered to ask how was stay The room was ok and at least was was clean . The bathroom is tiny and the toilet cramped between the tub and the sink . The elevator to the second floor was some aftermarket type of lift mounted on the exterior ,that frankly , didn't feel too comfortable . I won't recommend this place and don't feel it's a good value .

The thermostat didn't work properly. It even said on the thermostat "need to change filters" Didn't Put towels in room the next day, didn't make beds, etc.. When I pointed this out to the manager I was told "read sign to the right". Freezer leaked, mirrors in bathroom permanently stained with many stains the size of a quarter dollar piece. On and on.......

Spent a few nights here on Spring Break on our way to Marco. We booked based on reviews and the availability of an “apartment”. The front desk staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Lush vegetation and pools, koi ponds etc to wander around and take in. If you're in one of the apartments you may be lucky enough to score carport parking. The breakfast is served in a tiki bar by one of the pools. Again staff there was very friendly. There is a lot of things within walking distance but the main road is very busy so you may find it easier to drive places. The apartment was a little dated but clean with a screened in balcony. We found it met our needs just fine. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and oven/stove. You'll have everything you need to make a quick lunch or dinner. This hotel is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it.

Clean and perfect location located on the west side of RT41. Walk or bike to the beach without needed to cross rt41. We needed a place to stay for 12 days while we waited for our longer term rental to become available. The staff here is outstanding, they have hot breakfast free every morning until 10am. 2 pools and hot tubs The layout is perfect and quite. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. Would highly recommend for price point and everything you get. Unbeatable in Naples!!!

if your're looking for a fancy place with snobby people, obnoxious and front desk staff then this is not the place for you. Our original plan was to stay at the Hyatt on 5th. upon our arrival we were told our room was not ready. We thought that's fine we'll go for a bite to eat. Asking the front desk where the restaurant was we were told due to unforeseen circumstances,the restaurant was closed and would be closed for the entire day and night. Strike 1.. So we went for a walk and came back at 3 check in time we were informed our room was still not ready and maybe would be ready in 45 minutes. Strike 2. No apology, no concern, nothing Strike 3. so i promptly cancelled my stay. That is how we ended up here. Well it was the best thing that could have happened. We were greeted with cheerful faces and warm personalities, We immediately knew we would enjoy our stay. went to our room and were very pleased with the cleanliness and all it offered. The grounds were absolutely with 2 pools, coy ponds and lush gardens that were all maintained to perfection. The staff from front desk,cleaning staff, breakfast server all wonderful kind and happy people. What a pleasure. We look forward to returning for an extended stay in the near future. Not to mention that it is near anything you might need. And by near i mean walking distance, Just perfect.. We won't eveb bother looking for another hotel. This will definitely be our go to from now on, Thank you for a great vacation.

We stayed in a king suite for 5 nights in March. The suite was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. It was fairly clean, but did have some mold spots in the shower tile area. The grounds are very pretty, with plenty of palm trees and plants. The heated pool was great as were the hot tubs. Breakfast was fairly good too, especially given Covid. We ate out by the pool and they had eggs & sausage every morning along with croissants, muffins, cereal, yogurt, bananas and oranges. Along with coffee, tea and juice. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Naples. We had a car so did not take advantage of the beach shuttle, but there are numerous beaches within a very short drive. Also a quick drive down to 5th Ave and other quaint spots. Originally I was hoping for a hotel right on the beach, but there weren't that many in Naples and the ones that still had availability were quite expensive. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

We needed an easy in/out motel before flying out the next morning from Ft. Myers, and rather than staying at the Best Western by RSW (whose recent reviews aren't positive) we opted here. While our beds were comfortable, the balcony and pool nice, and the breakfast helpful, our stay was marred by two negatives: 1) getting stuck (for about 5 mins) in the motel's elevator while taking our bags up to our room; and 2) a persistent odd smell outside our room's door in the evening. Know too that this hotel sits directly in the flight path of one of the main runways for the Naples Airport, meaning you'll have private jets and small planes flying overhead as they land. Just keep your balcony door closed to block out the noise. Odd incongruency between this motel, on the budget side of accommodations and service, and a pricey Italian restaurant on-site (which we didn't dine at) that shares the motel's interior gardens and pool. Minimally adequate for a short stay; you likely wouldn't want to stay here long-term unless you had no other options.

Rooms need to be updated. Ceiling was falling apart. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom , the towel rack had not been cleaned in several weeks. The kitchen was not stock with even a pizza pan.

My family and I stayed 4 nights here. We were VERY impressed in all aspects. Rooms were very clean, staff was pleasant and breakfast served every morning by the pool was well liked. Ernesto, the employee was such a pleasure speaking with. He is such a hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable man. My family and I will not forget him.

The first time I stayed in the hotel, I informed the office there was an AC problem, my room felt extremely hot with the ac being on 69F. They just apologized for the inconvenience, didn't even ask if I wanted to change rooms. I didn't make a big deal because I got the room in special. The second time I went to make coffee and saw something white swimming inside my cup just left me shocked, I immediately took a picture of the inside of the coffee machine, the thing looked so disgusting it WAS FILLED WITH MAGGOTS! I showed the lady in the office, all she said was "oh, I am sorry about that". That left me even more in shock. She did not even bother to ask what room I was in, did not call room service nor the manager, nothing! well here you go, It was room 240! On top of that I felt like I over paid. For $266 I was better off going to the Ritz Carlton! With all these issues. I will not be seeing this place again.

Such a fun atmosphere! Colorful planters, lots of plants, great walking paths, and a mini golf course. Great balconies to sit outside and enjoy the weather or work, or even just read. Hoping to book my next family or business trip. Near the beach and the zoo and the botanical garden.

It has one & two bedroom apartments as well as hotel rooms & couple suites. Two pools & hot tubs. Coin washers & dryers. Close to downtown & across the street from Mall featuring Macy's & Dillairds, Cheesecake Factory & more. Friendly staff. This hotel met all our family's needs.

Very nice hotel in Naples with amentiies...beach, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance! Clean rooms, great WiFi and TV's, heated pool and spa, quiet area. Would recommend and stay again!

When our 5 day visit turned into 5 weeks due to an emergency, we found ourselves in the perfect place for a home away from home. Spacious apartment with full size kitchen and new appliances, large bathroom with double sinks, walk-in closet in a separate bedroom, and easily accessed, ample laundry facilities with large, clean machines. 2 beautiful pools and 2 whirlpools in tropical, landscaped surroundings. Everything we needed PLUS the most amazingly helpful, friendly and professional front desk and housekeeping staff. I would like to keep this my own little secret, but this establishment DESERVES a rave review.

From the time we checked in to the say we checked in the entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. Beautiful property a d excellent value. We will most definitely stay again!!

One of the main reasons why we returned to Naples, FL to vacation this year was so we could stay once again at this property. We had a ground level room, very convenient to the parking lot which was right outside our door. The view out our sliding glass window was as nice as any motel or hotel I've stayed in, as it looked like a botanical garden with all the plants, palm trees, and fountains. The people in charge of landscaping the courtyard should win some sort of award. The complementary breakfast by the pool was also very tasty and enjoyable. We had a few issues with the heating and cooling unit, and the TV picture was only HDTV sharp on one channel and a bit fuzzy on the others. Other than those issues, it was another very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights with three children - 11, 5, and 2. The hotel is nice, but definitely showing its age. The rooms have low ceilings, outside access, worn carpets, and a bit of a musty smell. The pools (one is heated, the other is not) are 3.5 - 8 feet deep, so very difficult to manage with young kids. The mini-golf-course is in rough shape, really not usable. The old koi ponds aren't very clean and make you feel sorry for the fish. The breakfast was kind of sad - eggs and sausage, served to you, with packets of oatmeal or cereal. Bacon is only offered on Tuesday. But, the staff were very friendly and helpful, opening extra boxes to get us Fruit Loops for the kids. Noise was only a problem on one night, otherwise our room was quiet and peaceful enough. The location is also pretty good - lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and Lowdermilk Park is 1.2 miles away on foot.

We received a warm welcome arriving yesterday afternoon. The gardens have sculpture, the breakfast is out by the pool so it is a low-risk experience with a beautiful setting. The manager let us borrow some bikes from his personal stash since the hotel had dropped the ability to rent due to insurance requirements.

This hotel was wonderful. The landscaping is stunning, and there are an incredible number of sculptures hidden in and around the whole property, even on the roadside for the pleasure of passerbys! Well maintained, super clean, great staff, really friendly. Can't say enough about this great find.

My wife and I stared with a 3 night stay but extended it for 10 nights. The stay here was so great we wanted to stay longer if we could. The staff was very professional and always there with a smile. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

Nice older motel. Room opened on to tropical grounds with pools, sauna, tiki hut, miniature golf, and tropical plantings. Very nice. Car was at front door. Room was very clean. New A/C was quiet and worked well.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is a great place to stay. I always get a suite. The suite is large & has a microwave, small refrigerator & a safe. Also has a couch & a 2nd tv in the space that is adjacent to the bed. You can walk out the sliding doors to the sitting area & go through the gate to the pool. This hotel is older but kept up very nicely. Housekeeping is very nice & I was there through COVID. The office staff is very nice & helpful. Roxanne was very helpful. Breakfast is great with a very nice variety of offerings. The lady hostess who serves is so very nice. The grounds have very nice landscaping. Two pools at this hotel. The pool area is also great. There is a Red Lobster walking distance next door. You can also walk to the grocery store & also the bank & there are a few other places at this strip mall. You can also walk to the nearby Coastland Mall that is across the stree & down. This place is older but very nice. Thank you for recognizing me as a returning guest.

Have been visiting Best Western Inn and Suites for over 20 years and have always had a wonderful stay until last week. Upon checking in with Aunt and Uncle who were first time guests we did not fell very welcomed. I asked if beach shuttle was still available was told yes at 9 12 and 3 which next morning my Aunt and I went to the shuttle around 8:55 am and waited for 10 minutes and no one was there to drive us so she went to the office and a very nice man came out and was going to drive us when we were told that complimentary chairs and umbrellas were no longer available due to new owners and the shuttle would be out for service until Thursday. The chairs umbrellas and beach shuttle was always a great asset to my stay. So I go to the office on Thursday and ask about the beach shuttle and was told in a nasty way Best Western does NOT have to have a beach shuttle. Wednesday there were 2 couples in jacuzzi for at least 6 hours loud music playing drinking glass bottles of beer in the pool and smoking which was reported was other guests. Friday evening there was a birthday party going on with music blaring shouting fighting and a painting being taken off the wall and thrown down a two story balcony and broken glass in the parking lot. Saturday morning at check out the same rude young lady ask how my family's stay was and we said last couple days were horrible and young lady replied yeah people complained about the party but the person working then didnt feel comfortable saying something to them! Is there no management here? There was bottle caps beer bottles clothing and trash thrown from the balcony of the guest that destroyed picture outside. It was very sad to see how the resort looked during my stay; cigarette butts everywhere especially in mulch,koi pond at lower end of property was very dirty and the pool was not cleaned until our last day, my Aunt and I every day was taking leaves and debris out of the pool. The housekeeping and breakfast girls were very friendly and courteous and made us feel like home but you could see the were overworked. A beautiful tropical paradise which I visited several times a year now seems now seems like only a memory.

One year ago in June I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Until the morning we were leaving. I opened the door to find not only my truck but the whole row of vehicles covered with fire extinguisher spray. Not 500 miles on my new truck and it looked like it belonged in a dump. Kids during the night had a lot of fun. Cameras everywhere nobody saw anything. The management had a guy hose what would come off, off, I was left with having to get it detailed. I was offered one night for free at another visit. Now it's October 2020 8 months of being inside we decided to go back and claim one free night plus two others we would pay for. Apparently this hotel is under new management. I did not get a night for free!!! So here comes the updated review. Someone needs to pressure clean the decorative stones/blocks. The bath tub has mold a little bleach would correct this. I was in the pool and the old man cleared his throat, I looked and said oh no he didn't ....... oh but he did. The big hocker that came from deep within his throat was now in the pool. Guests were drinking beer and wine in the pool. There was a lady smoking. Loud music was being played. Nobody came from the office to do a check. 4 people spent well over 1 hour just sitting in the hot tub so nobody else could use it. (Social distancing). I didn't say anything about the music because it was American music and not Latin. Signage that isn't faded or hidden behind things might a grand solution and a physical body walking around enforcing bad things would be nice. I finally gave up and went back to the room. This hotel is going down hill fast. The TV is horrible with having to search the channels. That's crazy.

We have been staying the BW Naples inn and suites for years, multiple times a year with family and friends. This past year there have been many declines, in property upkeep, customer service, guest etiquette and management enforcement (lack of) of hotel policies. Typically each visit we would notice improvements on the property. We understand the property is under new management - and it shows- the decline is noticeable. Staff at check in were barely friendly.; didn't acknowledge our platinum status. Guests at the pools/hot tubs were smoking, leaving ashes on the deck, playing loud music, drinking out of glass bottles, well after midnight, all of which are listed on signs around the property as "no"s. However, no staff rounded the property to politely remind rude guests of the property rules. One kid had an RC boat in the pool zooming around while bathers were trying to enjoy the pool. Other young children were in the pool unsupervised, another got out of the pool and peed on the pool deck. Television options have been minimized also, very few channels. Too bad to see what was a beautiful well kept property, with friendly staff decline and allow bad behavior go to unnoticed and unspoken to.

I come about every other month with my family. Why did you change the cable tv? You used to have lots of Spanish speaking kids stations... now there are none... every time I visit your hotel is filled with Spanish speaking families with kids... please get those channels back... this is what we would be watching at your hotel...

The Best Western Naples is a property with two pools, two hot tubs with tropical gardens surrounding everything. It's a short drive to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants close by. It gives you the feel of a mini resort with Koi filled streams, funky statues all over and very well taken care of tropical landscaping.

We stayed there for four nights, and each day we came back the AC had not cooled the room sufficiently. It was barely blowing cool, not cold air. We called the front desk, they said they would send someone out, but it was never fixed. BAD Service. No housekeeping due to COVID, so no refilling the coffee pods(exclusive to these rooms' coffee makers). Every night we had the persons above us stomping on the floor for 30 minutes. Others were very noisy too. The office did not care. The breakfast was ok, all things considered. Also, we found our room infested with tiny ants when we returned one day. One more thing, when checking in, the front desk changed our room type WITHOUT TELLING US. We booked two double beds and she changed it to one king bed. When we got to our room, and saw the change, we had to reload all of our luggage, go back to the front desk, get another room and a new set of keys. It was just a hassle. We booked this hotel for it's location, which is good, but we never thought we would have this many problems with a Best Western.

We stayed here for 3 days in July. We stayed in one of the suites. Room was spacious and very clean. The couch was brand new and the sofa be mattress as well. It was actually a really good mattress. Beds were really comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Having 2 TVs was awesome. The kids played video games on one while we got to watch TV on the other. The exterior of the property was clean. Loved walking right out from out sliding doors out to the pool. The breakfast was good overall. Due to COVID it was just a grab and go, but there is an employee passing out the items. The breakfast sandwiches were good. We were so happy with our stay that we are already planning to stay again soon. Love how close to the beach and restaurants it is.

Very bad service, as it is possible that I went with my family to spend a vacation to rest, but in this place it was impossible because just above my room they started working on the ceiling making quite a noise from early hours in the morning, which He did not allow us to rest, and they did not even kindly give us at least a refund because if they had told me that they would be working on the roof as much as I would have rented somewhere else and I would not have lost my money, which cost me enough to earn it.

This place is DISGUSTING.THEROOMS ARE SMALL,SMELL,,AND THE POOL IS A JOKE!Front desk is rude and there is never anyone to help...Old dingy and very noisy....They have a sign no noise..no music..no anything

Our family stayed here for 3 nights in early June. We found the hotel very accommodating even during COVID-19. The free breakfast consisted of grab and go, prepackaged items such as: pop tarts, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, granola bars, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and even fresh fruit, milk, juices and coffee. They have a shuttle to the nearby beach which was a Godsend since the city of Naples isn't allowing non county residents to park at beach at the time of writing this review. The beds were soft, there are two big pools, two hot tubs, a few holes to shoot putt putt golf, beautifully decorated with tropical trees and koa fish ponds. There are big smart TVs in the rooms with blu ray players. You can even borrow a blu ray from the front office's massive blu ray collection. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with any of your needs. There is also a Publix and Chipotle in walking distance as well as other shops. A mall is right around the corner from the hotel. My few complaints are that the water pressure was lacking in our room, it was hard to find places to hang up towels to reuse, and the bathroom just needs an upgrade. However, those would definitely not hinder me from coming again or recommending to others.

Clean, quick check in/out, pool area still looking good. The staff from the desk to breakfast area were cordial and responsive to our needs. We haven't been here since the kids have grown but the location and price can't be beat and the property has been maintained. We were not disappointed. We highly recommend this gem in Naples, Fl.

Beautiful grounds and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast! Property was very clean and staff was professional and friendly. Naples is very pricey. This was a great bargain.

I needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel was the right price in the right location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like the staff truly cared about me. My room was extremely clean and the parking near my room was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Naples!

I can't say enough about this place! I've stayed here multiple times for work and loved it so much I've brought the family several times now. Literally one of the best places I've ever stayed. The rooms are older but have been nicely updated and are always clean and comfortable!! The views are fantastic especially if they're overlooking the pool. NOW lemme tell you about the pool areas, holy cow!! The pools are beautiful, the scenery/landscape is like being on a tropical island (yeah I know we're close but) the hot tubs are clean and at the perfect temp and all the little fountains with Koi around just complete the whole experience!! The best part of this place is the staff, they are amazing!! They always remember your name and make you feel special and like family. It's minutes from the local beach and they offer a shuttle. Naples Zoo and multiple shopping centers are all within minutes down the road. Thank you for the funtastic memories, see ya soon!!

Spent 3 nights here recently. Was impressed with the cleanliness, staff and tropical theme in the center court yards. We hung out with some new friends we met while there. One of the groundskeepers was passionate about his tropical fish in the ponds. A large bird was stalking them, and he became very upset with this bird (and a bit perturbed that some guests just watched it all happen without intervening). Nice to see that kind of passion. My only suggestion for the facility would be to have signage in the office or better yet in each room, about their shuttle service to the beach and bike sharing. I didn't see anything anywhere and had to ask. Unspoiled Lowdermilk Park is nearby but is probably too far most to walk. It's been a while since we have been to Naples. Almost all near beach parking is now metered. I saw that some people were confused on how to use it. You pull into your spot, which is numbered then walk to the solar powered kiosk and pay with a credit card in half hour increments. Parking seemed to be pretty plentiful even during this busy season. We drove down to the park to watch the sunset and had no issues. Restrooms and food are available here as well. If we come back to Naples we will probably be back to this nice hotel.

The property is well kept but the rooms are dated. The bathrooms are very small and impossible to get two people in at the same time. If you are a larger person this would prove to be a challenge. The housekeeping was impeccable. The breakfast was good but not enough tables around the pool. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Yes, this location allows you to park at your front door and walk out your patio to the pool. Yes, the bathrooms and room has been remodeled with less than perfect finished details. Overall the beds were comfortable, room was clean, pool was clean and heated, grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was above average and the breakfast hostess was super. The motel is very quiet. Guests read books, sipped an occasional glass of wine, and kept their earbuds in for music. Used the beach shuttle one day--quick, easy, chairs and umbrellas were of good quality. This is NOT a fancy highrise on the beach, but was perfect for our 4 day stay. Easy in and out, shopping, beach and parks within a short drive.

The Best Western Naples Inn & Suites is a great hotel to spend a holiday. We stayed one week in a suite. This is our second visit to this hotel. Such a wonderful hotel that makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The staff are amazing. Hannah at the front desk is the best! Having the breakfast outside by the pool is great. The breakfast is good and the ladies that prepare the breakfast are so friendly and happy. Rooms are spotless. The suites are perfect for a longer stay. Both pools are very nice. The grounds are lush and green. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Best Western Naples for 2 night during a recent trip to Florida and we were very happy with the experience. First the positives. The hotel is designed in a courtyard layout with entry to the rooms from the back outside perimeter. All rooms face inward to the pool area accessible via a set of oversized sliders and each room has a table and 2 chairs on the patio outside of the room. There are 2 courtyards like this with pool, hot tub, tables, chairs, etc. The grounds area really pretty with lush greenery, numerous water features, statuary, and funky metal art in an animal theme. It felt very private. We had 2 comfortable full size beds and slept well. A good breakfast is served in the pool area of the front courtyard including gluten free bread and the prepared oatmeal is dairy free! They also serve waffle, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. Now the negatives. The rooms were dated. I see they did a bathroom update in our room but the layout was a little strange. The toilet was too tight to edge of vanity counter and the toilet paper was a stretch for me. The only really bad thing was the mirror over the vanity sink which had missing reflective surface so it looked all blotched with black spots. There were 2 other mirrors in the bathroom though, one on the side wall and one in the back so I didn't have to use it at all. So all in all, we would def I stay there again.

We loved our experience with this hotel!! We checked in for 3 nights in February, and were upgraded to a one bedroom condo. The condo was updated,spotless, and had a screened in balcony. We were so thrilled with the accommodations that we asked to stay another 4 nights! There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs for guests to use, and it was very quiet and peaceful when we were there. There is a shuttle to take you to the beach, but if you walk it is a very quiet and lovely residential area that you walk through, so we chose to do that. The hot breakfast is served by the pool by very friendly staff, and the weather was lovely when we were there so we appreciated being outside. There is also a Publix grocery store in the strip mall across the street, which we walked to for supplies. If we return to Naples this is where we would choose to stay!

Stayed here several times prior. Something has definitely changed, most noticeable with the front desk staff. It's as if they are aware of all underlying issues and act aloof to realistic needs of guests, like getting the correct room in the first place.

My friend and I booked a 2 bed queen suite. Two large tv's, ample DVD's available for one's enjoyment. Wonderful balcony which was screened in. Very clean and comfortable. The leather seating included a sofa bed. Kitchen was complete and updated. The pools and hot tub were exceptional. One really felt they were in paradise by the greenery. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the entire staff! Especially Patrick who works at the front office, always helpful and with the brightest smile. Breakfast was hot and a nice plus, the staff there were also just the friendliest. Take advantage of the beach shuttle.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay here in February. We took full advantage of the free beach shuttle and chairs, breakfast, and DVD library. Our room was near the pool, hidden in the landscaping, easy access to swim but not noisy or crowded. We never had an issue finding a lounge chair, in fact we didn't have any issues during our whole stay. The location is very handy to downtown and within walking distance there is a Walgreens, Harold's Bar when you want a much wilder hotel pool experience, and great Cuban across the street at Van Van Cafe. Will definitely stay here again when we are in town, the staff was fantastic.

For my 50th birthday my husband and I stayed in a king suite, and it was wonderful! 2 large T.V.s full kitchen with very nice appliances! Breakfast was very plentiful and the pools and hot tubs were awesome! They did not even care that we were in them after dusk, as so many other hotels do! Our first afternoon we walked to the beach. It was a little far, but we needed the exercise after our 3 1/2 hour plane ride. They do have a shuttle but the last one had left. The gold fish in the pond were very neat to see, and the atmosphere was very casual and laid back! Oh yeah they have a Red Lobster next door and a large mall down the street all within walking distance. Although traffic can be a little much during the late afternoon. Can't wait to come back would highly recommend this place!

This was our 4th year staying at this Best Western in February. This place is amazing. I have read so many ugly reviews and I just can't understand them. We have stayed in 3 different types of rooms during a 4 stays and everyone of them was great. We just returned from a 7 night stay in the king suite. It is located in second building, basically behind the rooms that surround the breakfast area. I loved this room. It was very quiet and we had our own pool area which was very nice. They do have signs around that say, no food, no music, etc., but I actually played my music very low and no one had any problems. There are several people who are extended stay so it was nice chatting with them at the pool. The breakfast is the best of any hotel chain we have ever stayed including other Best Western's. The girls take very good care of you. We had a choice of eggs, meats, potatoes and also they had waffle and pancake makers to make your own. Lots of pastries and breads, yogurts, cold and hot cereals and hard-boiled eggs. Our room was spotless! Our housekeeper was absolutely amazing. She was invisible, we would leave for breakfast or a walk and our room would be finished when we returned. We always had plenty of towels and other amenities. Hannah and the other front desk staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. I had a slight billing issue after check-out and when I called the hotel Hannah explained it to me and emailed me the information I needed. We love the beach shuttle and chairs and umbrellas they provide. The shuttle takes you to a great park called Loudermilk and there is a great snack stand available. We would recommend this hotel to ANYONE and can't wait to return. We did hear that there are new owners but to be honest, we haven't seen any changes to the negative or positive compared to our last 3 stays. I hope things stay the same and the new owner keeps the property as it is. If you have a stay booked, I wouldn't worry at all, this place is the best!

Renee at the front desk was rude and unprofessional.The beds are hard as rocks and could not sleep.The rroms face a parking lot and are noisy.The bathtub had cracks in it from the place being so dated ,i scratched my arm and bled.There is no one to help with any questions you have.The pool area(no towels,water)a big sign reading..NO MUSIC,NO NOISE,NO DRINKS...and it should also read NO FUN..it was like a morgue.The room next to us was so loud we checked out a day early leaving my 5 year old to cry over a 2 hour drive back home.The GM..promised he would make this up to us and when we tried calling him his phone was disconnected..WHAT A HORRIBLE place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IThis was supposed to be a relaxing vacation after my mother passed away and it was TERRIBLE.

We had a balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool area is very nice with lush greenery all around it. Complimentary breakfast is served in the pool area daily. Food is adequate, what you would usually expect. The room was nice, but a bit dated. We had 2 standard beds in our room, which made sleeping together a little tight and we are not big people!! I wish they would have had 2 queens or a king bed. The bathroom was clean, but quite small. The hotel is only a 1/2 mile from the beach with a free shuttle available. Hotel is close to several restaurants and a publix grocery store. We had trouble getting the TV to work. Staff were very responsive and kind.

She booked, my guess is that I would have thought too much for it. Not having that number I enjoyed the place. Bit dated, but lots of green and pleasant sitting around the pools. Considering that it was a sold out weekend I expected crowd at breakfast, but it was all good.

We have been to the best western many times All the staff do a wonderful job especially Marie who always goes the extra yard The hotel is not the same now it's been sold and to make matters worse Marie has left Seems she left a sinking ship before it went down You need to modernise the rooms quickly

We were in town for business and had no option to stay anywhere else because most of the other hotels were sold out where we typically stay so I thought we would give the Best Western a try. Horrible decision. When we arrived, they didn't have our room that we paid for so they just gave us another room. No upgrade or reason. Just that something happened, and we had to give your room away. I asked the night staff to put us in a quiet room since we didn't arrive until around 2am. He said that he understood. After at least 20 minutes trying to check in, we finally went to our room. There was a 1980s lift (not elevator) to get us to the second floor with our luggage. It barely worked, and the door got stuck so my husband had to throw his weight against it after we were stuck in there a couple of minutes. The setup is like a motel so our door was facing the back alley, which the front desk said was a quiet area. The room decor was outdated. The microwave and frig were in the bathroom closet. The coffee maker was on the bathroom sink. There was hair in our tub and the shower curtain was grimy. The room was musty and didn't feel/smell clean. We went to bed around 4am only to be awakened by screaming children at a daycare directly outside of our room and the maids slamming doors. Quiet area, I don't think so. One of the maids was so lazy that she threw the garbage in the parking lot from the second floor balcony instead of walking it down or putting it in the lift. Needless to say, we got no sleep and had a horrible experience. For $250+ per night, we expected more. The front desk manager, Roberto, decreased our second night's stay but offered no explanation about our room or an apology. He's in complete denial about the poor condition of the hotel that led to our bad experience. Do not stay here. Go somewhere else. There are too many hotels in the area to waste your money here.

Let me start by saying we paid US$315/night...which might be reasonable for February for Naples, FL...but, for us, this place isn't worth $115/night. First the good....the grounds are nice/lush, the pools are clean, close to beach and free beach shuttle, they offer free blue-ray dvd "rentals" from the lobby and every tv has a blue-ray DVD player, many things have been renovated or upgraded like furniture, TVs and bathroom counter. Now for the bad...we didn't expect this to be a motel-style facility with room entrance only from outside, the breakfast is "typical" low-quality buffet (lots of selections though), the first night the TV channels could not be watched at all (staff explained that it was windy and "we use DirecTV"), the in-room safe could not be used because the battery was almost dead (staff asked if we wanted someone to look at it the following day...i.e. the day we were checking out...to which we replied that it was inconsequential to us if and how they fix it after we check out) and, worst of all, the fundamental basics of the room that were not renovated or upgraded were either rusty and disgusting or, in the case of the sliding glass closet doors, rusty and sliding off the rails. I have added photos to illustrate.

This is not a fancy hotel... but the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. We stayed in an apartment. It was nice, not fancy like others stated, but nice and clean. Small pools. Ok breakfast. Very nice staff at breakfast ( be sure to tip them separately). Had an issue with VERY limited hot water , one shower only. Front desk was a bit rude and basically said check fuses, and tough luck. No maintenance till tomorrow.... it was not needing repair but small size tank. For $260 per night we should be able to take 2 showers in a row? Jacuzzi not very hot. The bed was comfortable a,d they have major black out curtains... great for day sleeping. This is a bit above a 3 star place, its comfortable, peaceful, not fancy. Overall pleasant experience. Might consider returning... I appreciate the no resort fee! No parking fee! But it's not a resort, so many places that are not resorts try to charge fees that are unwarranted. I want to acknowledge places like this that don't try to do this.

This was a Beautiful hotel and property. The rooms were a good size and very clean, we had a balcony which overlooked the pool and gardens. The grounds were awesome, gardens, and ponds with goldfish, lots of extras to catch your attention. The breakfast was the best, so many choices from fresh fruit, yogurts,cold cereals, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and the list goes on! You had the choice of eating outside around the pool and gardens or indoors. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay, close to my location, great value, front desk is alway great. Will return there on my next trip The only thing that i could coment on the TV system could be a little more friendly , it was a few minutes to figure out the stations and most station were not available. No big deal. Thank you

Can't say enough good things about this clean, comfortable and tropical property. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and our courtyard view made it feel like we were staying in the middle of a botanical gardens. The complementary breakfast is very nice and has plenty of good items (hot and cold), and a very friendly staff keeping things filled and organized. Most people chose to eat by the pool at one of the tables there, as the weather was great (sunny and about 78 degrees in the morning). My dad and I ate at the table and chairs that were outside our sliding glass door, and still were able to enjoy the courtyard view. Someone must have put a great deal of time and effort into planting and maintaining all the trees, flowers, fountains, statues, etc. At any rate, all the landscaping care is worth it, as we both agreed that the time spent relaxing at the motel was one of the highlights of our trip. The room also had probably the nicest and biggest TV I've every had at a motel or hotel. I recommend a room near the pool or at least overlooking the courtyard.

We spent one night during our tour of Southern Florida at this hotel. We had a booking problem, not due to the hotel, but to our tour operator, which was handled professionally by Hannah. She was also very sympathetic with us and gave us a very nice room overlooking the swimming pool. The room was well appointed, likewise the bathroom. Breakfast is served beside the pool and has a complete offerings. Overall, in spite of the booking problem, we had a pleasant stay in this Best Western and we would stay there again, if we ever return to lovely Naples.

We stayed here, for 2 nights, during a recent trip to Florida. What a beautiful place! Our room was huge, with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. We enjoyed the space to spread out. The pools were beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. We would stay again, if we were in the area!

In a congested area but thanks to the layout with the trees and tropical paths, it was perfect. Didn't take advantage of the shuttle but we ckd out the beach and it was very nice. Good breakfast, excellent maids, could use a few touch ups to new umbrella canvases and a coat of paint on closet doors but I'd stay here again. thank you for a nice stay, the heated pool and staff who runs breakfast buffet well.

In this property there are 2 parts, one is what looks like hotel the other is motel at best. This property has beautiful parts to it for sure. I don't know if there were rooms better than ours however be aware when you reserve this property where they going to assign you. The motel part is terrible. It looks like motel and is not clean. Our room had awful smell which was making me really sick. Room was not clean and not updated at all. I was really disappointed after I saw the pictures on line and I really looked forward to going. Cleanliness is important to me and my family because that's what matters in hotel and that's what matters for good night rest. I also don't want to get sick when I go on vacation. We were moved to another room and it didn't have the awful smell but it wasn't clean either. This was not a good experience at all.

Another fabulous stay at Best Western in Naples! The property is like being in a tropical paradise! Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast by the pool is very nice with lots to choose from. Beach shuttle with chairs and umbrellas is a great service! Rooms are nice and housekeeping is excellent. Heated pools and hot tubes were great. Roberto Cruz was helpful and always had a big smile to greet us! Will definitely return in October!

This was pur third stay and it never disappoints. The rooms and beds are comfortable and if you're on the first floor you can go right out the sliding doors to the pool area where a really nice jacuzzi awaits. The breakfast is in this area also. It is minutes from the beach. We'll be back

We often stay here when we get to Naples. We find this the best value, best service and nicest property for the price. Staff is great, breakfast by the pool is so nice, even mini golf! Two Heated pools as hot tubs!

We had an over night stay in Naples. We reserved a king bed suite. The room was great. The staff was friendly. The grounds and hotel appeared well maintained. With two pools and hot tubs, the stay was very relaxing.

Stayed here for two nights in October. Room very clean and had a view overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was the best I've had at a Best Western, great variety and quality. Took the complimentary beach shuttle to the local beach. They provide chairs and parasol to make the visit more comfortable. The return journey to the Hotel was a concern as there was a lot of people waiting for it. The driver assured us he would be back to ensure we all got back to the Hotel. Can't fault the service or Hotel in any way, great value for money and would stay again without hesitation.

By far the most luscious tropical oasis in Naples. All the foliage is mature and dense with Koi ponds trails and two amazing well kept pool areas. Super efficient staff,great hot breakfast and a free bus shuttle to the beach. The rooms are very clean and updated. We stayed in a suit which was especially roomy with 3 sinks! Stay here and you will be very happy you did!

I stayed at this property for 20 years ago for an extended period. I was thrilled when I returned after all this time to find it just like home. This property is peaceful, with grounds that are as though I am on an island in the Caribbean. You will never find staff more friendly and accomodating, regardless of how many stars the property may have.

We had a great time once again since we've been visiting twice a year for the last twenty years for a three week holiday to catch up with other guests that Have become more than just friends we hope that with the new management we will still be able to afford this place since its one of the lushest places around They have the greatest staff from the front desk to the breakfast and cleaning girls. We hope that the previous owner enjoys his retirement and thank him for all the great times we spent at his hotel I think his love of the arts and his wives love of the garden decor have made this place unique Hopefully the new owners will keep with that tradition. Anyone planning a visit you'll hopefully feel the same and enjoy the hotel as much as we did

The room was spacious, bathroom was really small but everything was super clean. Complimentary breakfast at the pool was a nice touch. Breakfast included eggs,sausage,hashbrowns, coffee,juice, fresh fruit and much more. I wouldn't think twice about returning.

totally enjoyed our improptu visit - so much to enjoy and see. Close to hsitoric Naples pier. next time would come back and stay a few daysand use shittle to the beach everyday. best breakfast. go over to deli and get lunch for the beach and dinner and eat right there by the pool area, beautiful gardens.

I have stayed at best western Naples in the past 7 years. Our family enjoyed the stay in the past it was cleaner and more updated. The staff very friendly and location is great close to everything. Sheets need to be clean and bathtub have hair in it when we arrived. We normally do not complain but I had to say sheets had stains that looked like blood!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Comfy beds, clean room and pool area. Did not eat free breakfast served by the pool but it looked great and plentiful. Easy check in and out. Great location, very close to beach. Would recommend to anyone.

There is no other place like it in Naples. Privacy, spacious suites, close to downtown without the high prices! It's a gem. The staff is so friendly, the property is charming, old-Florida-feeling. The other hotels at this price point have no charm or ammenities. This is totally unique, palm trees, gardens, two pools, all close to everything you want to do in Naples but a total oasis within Naples.

Place was clean, staff pleasant, complimentary breakfast at the pool was fantastic. Eggs, sausage & potato cakes. Coffee, tea & OJ. Toast, muffins & waffles. Best part was a clean room. We would return.

This hotel is older but it really has a tropical vibe. I loved the beachy decor and all the tropical plants on the property. We ate breakfast by the pool every morning and really enjoyed it. The pool was so clean and enjoyable. The location is great as we took day trips to the Everglades and Marco Island plus it is right next to a Red Lobster. The staff was courteous and helpful. Normally I don't choose a hotel with doors opening to the outside, but it was so convenient to back the car up in front of the room and unload it. We will definitely visit again.

Management obviously takes pride in this property. It was well-maintained, with clean comfortable rooms. Our room had a refrigerator as well as a full-sized microwave oven. The grounds had gardens and whimsical sculptures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Poolside self-serve breakfast ranged from fruit and baked goods to do-it-yourself waffles. Although the motel office faces the Tamiami Trail, the rooms do not, so there was no traffic noise. Note: although I gave the facility 5 stars, I would rate it 4 stars for families and couples sharing a room, as the bathroom was quite small, an unfortunate architectural limitation. I would recommend it to my friends without hesitation.

From check in to check out service was exceptional. We booked in advance and got a great rate, at arrival we requested a king if it was possible and we were upgraded to a condo. The condo has been updated since out last stay with new kitchen appliances, really nice. A great breakfast buffet set up pool side by very nice staff. The grounds, pools and hot tubs are well cared for and the atmosphere is quite and relaxed. We love this place.

Myself and a friend have been staying here for several years and have was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the staff, decor, cleanliness, gardens and it's location. Our subsequent stays have only reinforced that experience. The desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and will to go out of their way to satisfy their guests. I plan on another stay next year and am absolutely positive I will have another excellent visit.

Very nice hotel. Great location & beautiful pool area (both pools). Nice decor, and very comfortable beds. The staff was nice and attentive. The area where breakfast is served is great. I will like to ask for vegan options in the future.

We loved our short stay at this hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, tasteful decor with a balcony that looked onto one of the two pools. The bathroom was small but modern, clean and a great shower. Breakfast is served by one of the pools. You can sit inside or outside. There's a good choice, including a hot option. We had a late breakfast one morning and noticed them bringing out more hot food when there was just 10 minutes to go until end of service. We had thought there wouldn't be much left! The pools were lovely. We had one afternoon relaxing by the pool and swimming. What a delight. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The upgrade to an apartment was very nice and appreciated. The apartment was very clean , comfortable and nicely decorated. The tropical feel of the property is also very nice. The lobby of the hotel definitely needs updating and front desk staff could be friendlier but the room, location of the hotel were great.

Stop here for one night when travelling from Miami to Tampa. Check was quick and effecient and the staff friendly and helpful. Nice room with two beds and excellent TV and range of channels - all free. Free parking, breakfast and wifi and NO resort fees!!!! Great value especially if you are a Best Western member. Couple of minor gripes. 1. The breakfast is served outdoors by the pool - OK unless there is a tropical storm! 2. Room service let down but mixing up the amenties - two conditioners but no shampoo. Minor gripes for what is otherwise and excellent hotel.

I always read reviews and the hotel had so many good ones we decided to try it instead of our regular hotel. We had driven by this hotel over the years but it always looked a little overgrown and old. The staff was very nice and said they upgraded our room for free. We were sent all the way to the very back of the hotel, near a courtyard and their second pool. I always think an Inn and suites should have inside access but this did not. After climbing to the second floor, ( there was a “lift” at the other end) we found our room. No windows on the outside front so it was very dark with the only light coming from the balcony. The furniture was very outdated but the suite was also very clean! I could not complain about that but the musty odor I associate with carpeting was definitely there. There was no real view from the patio because the plants and trees were SO overgrown. This place needs an outside, as well as, inside makeover. The only update I saw were newer countertops in the bathroom and maybe newer mirrors. I know I'm spoiled but the over grown plants including a lot of dead foliage, stagnant ponds by the main pool and musty smell got to me! We decided to spend just the one night and relocated to our old hotel which has immaculate grounds even though it is older and has installed tile floors! So glad we moved down the street!! No smelly carpet or old bedspreads! If old doesn't bother you our room would have easily accommodated six, had two TVs, and plenty of room with a very nice staff and a nice breakfast included at the main pool.

Lovely rooms, easy check in and out, very clean, close to restaurants, very nice buffet breakfast. Lovely pools and grounds - Have stayed here previously on trips to visit my mother and each time quality is at same level of excellence.

We are so happy we selected this hotel for our stay! I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and pictures and we were not disappointed. The grounds were lovely, very tropical with pieces of art of all types scattered throughout the landscaping, koi ponds and waterfalls, all very lush and pretty. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, with plenty of space for the two of us. One of the highlights for us was the complimentary breakfast under the tiki by one of the pool areas - a good variety of options (both hot and cold), with staff making sure everything was stocked up for the constant stream of guests coming by, and keeping the buffet area tidy. What a lovely way to start the day, enjoying breakfast by the pool and koi pond areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, and am looking forward to the opportunity to stay there again in the future!

We love this place . We are coming here 2 times a year for the last 3 years . Excellent breakfast by the pool. Very enjoyable atmosphere . The staff is very friendly and helpful . Location is perfect for us . Very close (walking distance ) to shopping . The shuttle to the beach runs 4 times daily and you get beach chairs and umbrella . We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped at this Best Western last week. It is so much more than a motel, have absolutely beautiful grounds, including a mini golf course. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. The morning breakfast was in a lovely setting outside. It was all delicious. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful

We only stayed over night, I booked a room with 2 double beds, but was given a free upgrade to a suite with a super king size bed, kitchen & sitting room. Although the decor & the exterior of the hotel complex were slightly dated the facilities offered & the welcome we recieved from the staff was first class & cannot find fault with anything. We used one of the 2 swimming pools, which was heated but not enough not to give aome respite from the heat of the day. The jacuzzi was inviting, but having both got sun burn on out legs the heated water was too much to stay in, the only fault I could share was there is a water feature, fountatin that had unsightly algae, otherwise a welcoming area. Would happily return to the hotel.

This has to be the cream of the Best Western crop. Stayed there several years with family prior to relocating to Naples. No need for a hotel at this point, but still visit there to show guests how beautifully this place is maintained. If you are traveling with children, I recommend a poolside suite. Grab a bag of groceries at the supermarket across the street and move in for a relaxing stay! Breakfast is served poolside, lunch comes from your mini-fridge, clean up from your day at the pool and supper is easy to find at any of the many local places to eat while you see Naples! Always friendly, movies to rent, computer access available, a total WIN package at a great price! The only drawback is that the restaurant connected to the hotel (Chardonnay) has been closed for several years. Hoping that someone can break the stalemate some day and open this possible 4 star restaurant. If that were to be the case, there wouldn't be any need to leave the grounds other than to experience Naples that is! Hot tubs too!

All the personnel were very courteous. The facilities are kept in great order and cleanliness. I was beyond pleased to find such excellent conditions and service for an affordable rate. Breakfast options are varied and taste good. More than pleased with this Best Western!!!

We spend four days there and really enjoyed it. This Best Western has more of a resort feel with a well maintained tropical garden. We had a room which overlooked one of the two pools and the breakfast tiki hut. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food .Room was clean, bed was comfortable . Nice and clean bathroom, towels...ect.. The staff was friendly and helpful... We used the pool every evening, it was clean and warm. It is very quiet and nothing to complain about. This Motel is a great value. I would recommend it especially to families with kids !

Pros: Consistently fantastic, well-maintained, comfortable and clean guest rooms, beautiful pool areas, convenient location, magical staff. Cons: Thin walls don't block out ALL loud neighbors. Each time I stay here I tell myself it's not necessary for me to review it again- I think I'm running out of creative adjectives to describe each experience. Then I'm reminded that I'm doing fellow travelers a favor by hyping something I know they'll enjoy. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews. They're honest words by people who genuinely enjoyed their vacations. They feel the same as I do. In the 16 years I've been staying here, some things have changed- there is always new paint, the breakfast has improved to included hot foods, and a beach shuttle permits guests free use of chairs and umbrellas while at Lowdermilk. Other things have not changed- the cleanliness, the relentless attention to detail, and the staff that bends over backwards to make sure each stay is flawless. Lately, Marie and Roberto have contributed greatly to my experiences at the hotel. It's a pleasure walking into the lobby and seeing them behind the counter. Naples is loaded with hotel options, including some that are likely fancy and expensive. Crazy as it sounds, I can't imagine others doing it any better than this simple-looking Best Western. Once inside, the rooms become warm extensions of your living room at home, and the lush tropical pool areas transport you to a quiet, relaxing paradise. I can't wait to check in, and I'm genuinely saddened when I have to leave. This property is that good. Of the dozens of hotels and motels I visit every year, it's the only one I would recommend to everyone without any solicitation whatsoever. Bring on the next stay. Quickly, please.

This was another return trip. Great stay again. Perfect location, wonderful setting, brilliant breakfast. Two lovely pools and a choice of a room, suite or small condo with separate bedroom. I've stayed in all three before but was in the suite this time, a great space with balcony overlooking the pool, a living room area, two very large TVs with a huge amount of channels and separate bedroom area and then a large bathroom area. The fridge and microwave are ideal also. Special mention to the ladies at breakfast who are so welcoming. Your best choice in Naples.

Brilliant room, staff and service. Beach is about a mile away but there is a regular shuttle along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast, around pool. Only thing missing was bacon.

Marie and her staff at this property always go above and beyond. I am a business traveler and it is so refreshing to stay at a place that is not your cookie cutter standard hotel. They have beautiful botanical gardens, a koi pond, a little putting green and sculptures throughout the property and the pool areas (there are two) are so peaceful and inviting. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are comfortable. This is a unique property for those who want a real Florida experience. You will not be disappointed. I have been staying here for years and when it was remodeled some years back I checked into my room and noticed the new artwork in the room. It looked very familiar and I realized that they were featuring the artwork of my good friend, Lois Brezinski of Delray Beach, FL , who is known for her beautiful botanicals and beachscapes. She had no idea they were featuring her prints in all their rooms and I was thrilled to be able to tell her they were!

There are many hotels in Naples to choose from but you should have no hesitation in choosing this one. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and very clean and the breakfast served by the pool is a great start to the day. A big plus for us was the free beach shuttle and beach chairs. This saved us $$$$ in parking charges over the cost of our stay. We also love the tropical feel of the pool areas......a little oasis of calm in a busy central area.

We got the kind suite on the left side of the main building. There is a parking space just beneath the building. Very helpful when it rains. The room was very nice. Separated room for the parents, sleeping couch for the kid. Nice very useful kitchen big bathroom. All accommodation where provided in the kitchen, like knifes, glasses etc. Two big screen with DVD player. My son was delighted because he bought a new DVD and was already sad that he needed to wait to be back home to watch it. Breakfast is served next to the main pool which gives a holiday feeling. If too hot you can sit inside too. Breakfast is good. Two pools plus a little mini golf are on site. Shuttle to the beach every hour. Very nice stuff at the front desk and the breakfast. Rooms are aligned around the pool. Suites are in a separated building.

We love this place. From the comfortable rooms to the beautiful landscaping the stay is fantastic. We feel so lucky to have found this BW. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We have never had a problem. So much to see from the Koi ponds to the pools all kept beautiful.

I can't praise the team at the Best Western Naples enough for giving us a fabulous stay at the hotel in a large family room. Brilliant pool, best breakfast buffet of all the 10 hotels on our tour of Florida. All our questions and requests resolved with a smile. Don't book anywhere else if you are passing through Naples.

This place is the best Best Western I have stayed at! The grounds are so lovely with incredible greenery. It has two great pools, both with a big hot tub. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and it was just perfect for us traveling with Grandma. The front desk staff is stellar. One of the highlights is definitely the wonderful breakfast. It was lovely to eat by the pool and everyone was happy with the selection. This is a great hotel all around with serious attention to detail!

Cute funky motel that felt more like a resort from the 60s. We were given an upgrade to a little apartment which was charming and a lovely little perk. Breakfast was wonderful, served around the pool.

Great Hotel, upgraded to a Suite/apt for no extra charge. Very clean, comfortable room. The continental Breakfast Bar was good and had a lot of options. Very easy to get to hotel, and it was near restaurants and Publix. Short drive to the beach. Will definitely come back again.

This hotel is like an "oasis" located right on the Tamiami Trail but is secluded and gives the feel of being in more rural area a short distance from beaches and even offering a shuttle to the nearby beach. The rooms are nicely appointed most facing the gardens and pool. There is a very nice Breakfast setting poolside with an abundant choice. Very Nice Place.

Hotel is very well located. It is closed to the beatiful beach. They offer a very nice breakfast (already included) at a very pleasant place. It was my first time here and I am sure I will be back soon again.

The owner and staff at this hotel obviously take great pride in the property. The room was spotless, the staff extremely knowledgeable and the gardens were breathtaking. BW Naples Inn and Suites will be a regular stop now while in Florida.

Booked this room last minute on a trip to the gulf coast for shelling. It was going to be our first stop before we found a place on the beach, but ended up staying there and using it as our launch point for the different shelling beaches. Reasonably priced - beautiful tropical vibe with lush palms and plantings in the courtyard surrounding the pool. Lower level rooms walk out to the courtyard with table and chairs for seating. It appears that all rooms face the courtyard(s). We had room 119 which was perfectly located on the 1st floor, with early morning shade and easy access to the pool and breakfast by the pool. They have over 700 movies available to borrow in the office (each room has DVDs). A complimentary shuttle takes guests to the beautiful Lowdermilk public beach throughout the day, chairs and umbrellas included. There is a mini putting green, coy pond winding through the courtyard, and laundry facilities on site. So sweet! Also, it sits on a corner directly across from a Walgreens, with a Publix grocery and shopping on another corner, and an all organic grocers (and juice bar) on the opposite corner. All completely, easily walkable to the hotel.

We spent 3 nights here and were so glad we did! LOCATION: It is on the main drag, aka US 41/9th Street, but it isn't noisy. Also, you must approach the hotel from the north in order to get into the driveway. CHECK-IN: Efficient and polite...the lobby is quite small, but that didn't matter to us as we weren't going to be spending time in there. ROOM: There are 2 buildings. We chose the top floor with a view of the pool area closest to the breakfast area. We never heard our neighbors, the balcony was wide, the room was clean, the bed SUPER COMFY, the water hot, frig, microwave...quite pleased. WASHING CLOTHES: You use your key card and go to the condos across the parking lot from the room...all part of the property. POOL AREA: Gorgeous at any time of the day/night! Koi ponds, fountains, art sculptures, plenty of chairs, clean. BREAKFAST: This is the only part of the hotel we didn't like. It was at the cabana by the pool, with no real lines, so it was a feeding frenzy. Some places the walking space between the "line" and the actual pool was maybe a foot. I was worried someone was going to fall in! Usual hot/cold hotel fare. Seating is around the pool area or inside the restaurant part of the hotel. If you plan on getting down to breakfast super early, you might feel more relaxed. Definitely would return to this hotel.

We love this place, quiet, well taken care of, close to everything (including the beach), great breakfast and great employees. The garden is the work of an artist, shows what this place means to the owner.

I can't say enough about the hotel and staff. The most accommodating ever. Secluded pools and island style breakfast. Amazing rooms and balcony's with a view. I was there on business and it felt like I was on vacation. Would stay there again and again if I could. I enjoyed it so much that I brought the staff cheesecake, especially for one. We stayed here for 4 nights on our most recent trip to Florida and we had a wonderful stay. We have stayed here before but not for a while and I'd forgotten what a lovely place this is. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and there is always something to see. The pools are clean and inviting with plenty of sun loungers. We had a fabulous ground floor suite where we could walk a few steps to the pool. The suite was huge, with very efficient air con which was vital as we visited during a heatwave. The sense of space was just wonderful. After a hot day out it was so refreshing to come back to our room. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. The living room had a comfy couch and a great TV (there was also a TV opposite the bed). The bathroom was separate from the vanity units and 2 sinks which was really good and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The fridge and microwave were very useful. Housekeeping are very efficient. Front desk staff are very friendly (I apologise to the lady from France for practising my rubbish French on her!) There are some great restaurants within walking distance and it's a very short drive to the beach. They really make an effort here and it really shows. I'll definitely be back next time I am in Florida.

Over the years I visit many different Best Western Hotels. The Best Western Naples has a great location. 23 minutes walk to the beach. Or take the 5 min hotel shuttle bus ride to the beach. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. Money well spend. Up to date hotel room, spacious bathroom with 2 sinks. Full kitchen and living space. Service staff was very friendly, hotel rooms where clean and comfortable.

This is a nice calm and very relaxed place to stay for a few days or for a few weeks. The pool is hidden between the buildings so nice a quite. The condo's are nice with a seperate bedroom and a small kitchen

I got a great rate and then I told them I was AAA and got it even a better rate I had a suite I have two TVs the bed was extremely comfortable.The breakfast was fantastic I would definitely stay there again and my room had a balcony overlooking the pool it was great the bathroom was huge A separate room for the shower my bathroom had three sinks

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The property was gorgeous. I loved all the decor throughout the premises. They have a beautiful pond with gold fish. A bridge to get to one of their 2 pools and tiki bar breakfast. Great spot for beautiful pictures. When I got to my 2 bedroom Apartment it smelled clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in any hotel. They offered eggs,sausages, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, pastries and FRUITS. They even had gluten free bagel and slice bread. Did I mention a separate toaster for gluten free. I was so impressed! The breakfast staff was attentive to my allergy needs. The breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. My niece loved the place as well. The beach was 1 mile away and they offer a shuttle bus. Location was convenient because we shopped for food across the street. The Mall and Marshalls were also across the street. Definitely a great place to stay for a family vacation.

At arrival, we received a comp upgrade to a suite. Nice, big room overlooking the pool from the balcony. The comp breakfast was the best we had on our trip through florida! Overall, lovely one night for the price we paid.

We just returned from almost a week between Ft. Myers and the Best Western. We love this hotel always stay here and will not be discouraged from staying again. However, I woke up to a huge yellow surprise of dust all over by brand new F150 truck. I almost cried. Only had 500 miles on it. Not only did I have this dust all over my brand new vehicle, so did most of the other cars in the row. I'm assuming some kids got a hold of the fire extinguisher and decided to have a play date with friends. The hotel management told me to pull around and they would wash it. That only took off some of this powdered stuff. It's under my hood, in the front of the radiator and I'm no too pleased to say the least. I'm writing this to tell every hotel visitor if you hear thumping, laughing or yelling kids running around late or at any hour report it. We were just so tired, we heard it in our sleep and didn't do anything about it. Our mistake. Will this discourage us from returning, NO. But we will be more alert to sounds and make sure management becomes aware.

This is one of my favorite hotels when I go to Naples. Everything is quality from the front desk, the quality of the rooms and furnishing, the WiFi, complimentary breakfast, cleanliness. I have stayed at 4 star resorts and this Best Western offers 4 star quality but at. EST western prices.

Couldn't be more pleased with my stay. Maria, front desk clerk was amazing! Very informative, pleasant, easy to talk to , all around joy! Everyone from the housing attendants to the shuttle drivers were always smiling and saying hello. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was more than accommodating for my stay. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful greenery, very clean. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. People are very friendly. I will return in August for a week vacation with the grandkids, they will love this place and the fact it has 2 pools.

This property is located directly on US 41 so it is close to everything including the beaches. There is a free shuttle that runs over to the beach on a regular basis. The property is lush and lovely with tropical gardens and a koi pond and a lovely tiki hut where breakfast is served in the morning. It is lovely full American breakfast. The rooms are immaculately clean and plenty of towels are provided. The beds are very comfortable and look out over the pool area which is absolutely gorgeous. A microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker are provided in the room as well as bath products. The staff at the desk in the lobby are exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We highly recommend this property!

Russell ,the owner is so very accommodating. He was in the process of renovating and asked me for suggestions. I gave him 3 and the next day I found what I had asked for in my room. He went out and bought them and installed them. I was very impressed and shocked at how quickly he accommodated me!!! We have gone to this Best Western many times and are always so pleased. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and so clean and stark white!! The pool is a great place to socialize with the other guests who also vacation there frequently and have nothing but great things to say about this Hotel!!!!!! Breakfast is eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, bagels, juices, cooked and cold cereals, coffee, pastries.Not only do we enjoy the food but we get to know the other guests and often share a table with them. With all that we get, it is hard to know how they still make a profit!! Hotels like this are GOLD, and there are not many like this one!!

I have nothing bad to say. It was a very stressful week, for it was my son's wedding, and having a hotel where everything was perfect, made me not so stressed. I loved this beautiful, tropical get-a-way!!!!

This was my third time staying here and I LOVE IT!! It's different from other BW hotels as it has an eclectic jungle-like theme in the garden area by the main entrance and around the pool with metal animal sculptures and a koi pond. They also have a full breakfast buffet around the pool area every morning included in the room price... complete with make your own pancake & waffle bar, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, Fresh fruit, pastries & cereals and of course. coffee and juices- all self service. The rooms and property are very clean and the beds are VERY COMFORTABLE. Bathrooms are a little small but, otherwise rooms are a nice size decorated very tastefully and equipped with the standard microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board/iron and a roomy closet!! Patios and balconies as well... Anytime I go to Naples this is the place I stay at!!

By far the best Best Western we've ever stayed in. From checking in with Roberto and receiving an upgrade to a suite, to our departure 5 days later, our stay here was superb. The suite was amazing. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Double vanity area with a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Patio area with furniture overlooking the gardens. The landscaped pool/jacuzzi areas were clean, spacious and quiet. Coy carp were swimming in the stream. The breakfasts (served by the larger pool area) included just about everything you would require (must confess it would be good to vary the sausage to bacon and the scrambled eggs for fried eggs though!) The suite was kept meticulously clean and supplied with toiletries etc. The laundry facilities were easy to use. There were film DVD's to hire at reception. Unfortunately for us, on our last night, the guests next door were arguing, slamming doors and coming and going during the night. We advised check in as we were leaving and they did say, if we'd let they know they would have asked the other guests to quieten down. We'll remember that for next time! So if you're going to argue people, respect others and don't do it in your hotel suite! Thank You so much Best Western. When in Naples, we will be sure to return.

Another stellar visit to Naples. I visit Naples every April/May and stay at the Best Western Naples In and Suites. Beautiful grounds and Excellent Staff. I have never had a single complaint about my stay over the past 15 years.

I'll start by saying my wife my kids and my self came to Florida to reunite with my mother after 30 plus years and we made reservations at a different hotel where the staff were less than accommodating we immediately switched to the best western out of convenience and what a change the staff in my opinion has gone out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. the amenities they offer include the pools breakfast and shuttles to the beach not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and all the facilities I can't say enough about the best western Naples Florida. There is 1 bad thing I have to mention my family and I will have to leave to get back to our responsibilities at home. Thank you to all the staff at the best western Naples Florida.

Great spot! Walking distance to shops, restaurants ,bars, beach. Comp. Breakfast, free beach shuttle, free electric car fast charge. Mature tropical planting. Front desk people are really glad to see you and it shows. Breafast ladies make my day with a big smile and greeting by name. Maria ( maid ) remembered me and was perfect.

Enjoyed a two night stay here, the staff was very accommodating as we arrived early to check in. Gave us an upgraded room for the same price as the one that we reserved. Yummy breakfast buffet poolside. Lush gardens throughout the property, pool was clean also. Close proximity to the beach and many nice restaurants.

This was our 4th stay at Best Western and possibly our last ☹. On checking in we found the staff unhelpful, maybe because I queried the request of our usual room which we didn't get due to previous guests extending their stay. We were offered 2 other rooms which we checked out and picked 1, then changed our mind, so went back to the lobby and was given a frosty reception and told to come back at 3 when the room would be ready. This time Kristen / Kirsten was friendly. Room was same layout so happy with that. Everything else was all good including the room and breakfast etc. The big downside was when around the pool during the day, it was like a retirement home (full of old people asleep with their mouths open - Sorry!!). Some people had the same table and chairs /sunbeds for our 5 day visit, they just didn't move. And I don't agree with putting towels on sunbeds to reserve them. Come on, this is Florida not Benidorm, Spain!!! Unfortunately, we just didn't enjoy this stay.

We enjoyed our week long stay here and thought this hotel could be so much better with only a few tweaks. We discovered things we liked and also things which we felt could use improvement. The beds were very comfortable, rooms cleaned daily with a 55" flat screen with Direct TV. The air conditioning in the rooms worked exceedingly well. However, like all hotels, the tiny waste baskets provided didn't come close to approaching useable, and we didn't notice any recycling bins. We stored our cardboard and plastic recyclables on top of the wardrobe cabinet. Not a big deal, just something to note. We enjoyed the breakfast, everything was fresh and the service was very friendly. However, the selections were repetitive and somewhat limited, relative to the physical size of the buffett and they didn't have any bananas one morning. They eventually realized this and had the maintenance guy run out and buy some. Again, not a big deal. The breakfast buffet is served beneath a large tiki hut adjacent to the main pool, which leads to our next observation. Both pools are kept clean and both pool decks have signs posted not to bring glass bottles, for obvious reasons. However, day and night we noticed most everyone bringing their own drinks, and/or alcohol, in glass bottles to the main pool near the tiki hut that serves breakfast. Which begs the question: after breakfast is cleared why not offer drinks from the tiki bar, along with lunch and dinner options? Their huge tiki bar near the main pool and deck is set in a beautiful courtyard filled with tropical landscaping complete with numerous beautiful Koi fish ponds. However, the tiki bar is used only for breakfast, sitting idle the remainder of the day and night. We soon found ourselves wondering why the tiki bar wasn't open after breakfast, offering daytime drinks, snacks and/or meals. This would've saved us numerous trips out for lunch and dinner. The miniature golf is more of a display feature than a practical course. The holes are too steep and not properly shrouded for proper ball action. I understand that sounds frivolous and silly, and it might be considering this is a hotel and not an amusement park, but you'll see what I mean if/when you stay there. We obviously didn't choose this hotel for their miniature golf, lol, but we would've enjoyed a few rounds none the less. Overall, this hotel was clean with friendly service and a beautiful setting. Our intention in this review isn't to come off as snarky and critical. Quite the opposite. This hotel is on the verge of greatness. We just think it could be so much better with a few minor tweaks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again.

We always stop at this hotel which is more like a high end resort. This time it was April 2019. The staff is always excellent, always welcoming, providing you with everything you need. The layout of the hotel makes you forget you are right on Tamiami Trail which is a main road through Naples. But that is also a good location because you are right on a main road, convenient to stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. Want to give a shout out to Roberto for taking care of us again, looking forward to seeing you next week.

We stayed over Spring break. The breakfast by the pool in the morning was great. The pools are not crowded and we enjoyed swimming in them. The shuttle to the beach works very well although it could go a bit more frequently. Everything in the room worked well and we had a nice balcony. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the front desk staff couldn't tell me anything about the tennis courts at the nearby high school. I felt, since they are included on the Hotel's website as local "amenity", it would have been nice if someone could have helped us out with that.

Fantastic breakfast, two pools, a mini golf course and a shuttle to the beach with the loan of deck chairs and an umbrella. What's not to like? The receptionists were extraordinarily helpful with excellent tips for restaurants and attractions. Great room which was very comfortable.

We were allocated patio room with doors out to pool. Lush planting made this really feel special. Breakfast served by the pool 8-10am was plentiful. Kids love to make own waffles... Many movies available from Reception. Fridge and microwave in room. Stayed 2 nights but would happily stayed longer. Clean and hygienic. 5 stars but this is not an international 5 star hotel.

First time at this property. Would stay there again, as my stay was excellent. Great location, fantastic staff, and outstanding breakfast service...around the main pool. Hotel location was ideal, close to dining, beaches and other activities.

We have stayed at this location numerous times in the past 20 years. We usually stay in the apt. Like condos. It was just my husband and I this time so we decided on a standard room. The room was a little older compared to the condos. The bathroom door had paint peeling and the floor in the bathroom needed to be spruced up. It was clean but needed to be updated. Love the location and the ability to walk around the landscaped grounds. We love the location and have been staying there for years.

Wished we had been able to spend more time in the area. Hotel was in good location and very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable! Not sure what is going on with front desk people but on this last trip we had a few that needed work on customer service! Maybe she was just having a bad day. Great hotel though!

I loved this hotel! The rooms were nice, the workers were wonderful, the free breakfast (served poolside) was delicious, and the 2 pools were clean and warm. There was a shuttle to the beach, which included chairs and umbrellas. I hope to return with my entire family someday - they also have suites for rent.

We booked this hotel 8 months in advance and would have paid less if we had booked 8 days in advance however we were given an upgrade to an apartment so we were very pleased. There was only one ( small) negative about our stay which was the noisy aircon units presumably located on the roof which were audible at night. There were loads of positives. The staff who were all friendly helpful and polite. The free breakfasts which were worthy of a 5 star resort hotel served around one of the pools 7am to 10am. The free shuttle to the lovely beach complete with beach umbrella and chairs. The two pools which always had sun beds available, no Muzak playing and friendly and considerate guests. The apartment was huge with a screened balcony ( not that we saw any insects) full kitchen, giant fridge and large bathroom with twin sinks. House keeping came every morning between 9 and 10 which is what we like, was excellent, fluffy white bath towels of which we had 6 for 2 of us. The towels double as pool towels but evidently are not supposed to be taken to the beach ( although several people did). We could happily have lived here. There is a publix supermarket next door ( walkable) and a Red lobster next door (walkable) in the other direction ( was surprisingly good 6 oysters $US 10). Extensive free DVD library. Would fully recommend staying here.

The room was clean and nicely situated close to the pool area and the grounds were well maintained a great way to wake up too. the morning breakfast was well prepared and a very good selection of items to chose from.

This was our second time visiting. My family loves the location, pools, breakfast. The rooms are a bit small, but when in Naples you don't spend a lot of time in there anyway. For the price, we feel like it is a hidden gem in Naples.

The rooms are a bit dated and a bit cramped. Reminded me of being in an RV. Beds are full sized beds and not much room in the bathroom. But, the landscaping is the best I've ever seen for a motel/hotel outside of a resort! It's worth it just to stay to experience the pools, hot tubs, putt-putt, and especially the breakfast bar in a mini-jungle landscaping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Probably one of the most reasonably priced places to stay in the area. Conveniently located with shopping and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful time at the Best Western. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though it's right off the highway it's like a mini resort with beautiful landscaping, two pools hot tub‘s. You can park your car right outside your room but when you step into your room you see through the sliding glass doors all the beautiful trees and the pools. It's close to everything. Theres a shuttle to the beach which is very important given the limited and expensive parking. There's a complimentary breakfast which was beautifully laid out and had all the food groups represented. Everything was fresh and the staff was very very friendly. The shower was great and the bed is really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was more than we expected. The pool area is beautiful, the location is great and the staff went out of their way to help. Free breakfast in the AM is a wonderful bonus. This was my first time staying here and I would definitely go back!

Stayed here as a stopover and was amazed at how beautiful it was. The grounds were well kept. Roberto at the front desk was amazing. Very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was amazing. Two TVs and a large bathroom. They even had mini putt you could do N/C and a selection of movies you could borrow to watch in your room.

Only intended on staying 1 night here and ended up staying 3, located approx 1 mile from a beautiful beach and opposite convenience stores it was ideal for us. Breakfast consisted of fruit, cooked breakfast, waffles, muffins , bagels ect with tea ,coffee & juices by the pool. It has a mini golf too. Hannah was helpful every day extending our stay too. We would stay here by choice again if returning to naples.

Plenty of space at this hotel with a spacious room, comfortable bed and a nice pool area. Our room was in a corner with trees outside so we had complete privacy. Breakfast was a little bit repetitive and it's a drive into town unless you're a committed pavement (sorry, sidewalk walker).

This Best Western is a tropical paradise. As a resident of Naples, everytime I have out-of-town guests, I reserve rooms at this BW as it is affordable compared to other Naples hotels. While it is not on the beach, there is a shuttle. It's convenient to shopping as well. The pool area is so relaxing. Nice breakfast as well! All of my guests have loved this hotel.

We visited the Best Western Naples Inn & Suites for a quick three-night family vacation while visiting family in the area. We were so impressed by the pools, landscaping, and cleanliness of the hotel. We felt like we were at a resort. The hotel is slightly dated but it's clean and effort is made to keep the grounds well groomed. The complimentary breakfast had something for even the most picky people in our family of five. The layout of our room was perfect for our family (2 large beds plus a pullout couch) and our room walked out directly onto a pool deck. We took advantage of the beach shuttle and complimentary umbrella and beach chair(s). It made travelling to the beach a breeze. We totally enjoyed our three night getaway and will be back next year.

My wife and I spent 5 nights here in February and really enjoyed it. This isn't a typical Best Western and has more of a resort feel. We had a suite which overlooked one of the two pools. Room was large and clean with a nice balcony. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Nice bath area but very low water pressure in the shower. Most of the staff was great, especially the women that worked the breakfast. The safe in our room had a message saying "low battery", when I called they had maintenance there in less than 5 mins and the battery replaced in another 5. The shuttle to the beach is a nice extra, the driver's were very pleasant and the chairs and umbrellas they provide are quite nice. Our only dissapointment was with the front desk staff at check in and check out. They were not welcoming, didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay, or other comments you would expect from the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options. We used the pool and hot tub and both we clean and uncrowded. It is very quiet at night and we had no issues with noise. This hotel was a great value and I would definately stay here again.

Although this was Naples high season for what we spent we were disappointed with this hotel. Check in was fine, self parking was free. We were on the second floor facing the car park. The room was average sized but with a very small bathroom. The bed was comfy, air con great and really quiet and there was sufficient storage space for clothes etc. The fridge was good and there is a safe, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer etc in the room. Housekeeping for the room was fine. Breakfast was a big let down. It is the same hash brown, sausage and scrambled eggs every single day along with the normal muffins, cereals etc. If you wanted a yoghurt you had to ask, and it would have been good to rotate the hot items and have fruit pots for example available. Trying to find a place to sit was also difficult even when we went down early. The grounds were very nice and well kept, two pools and two hot tubs although one hot tub needed renovation as the bubbles were barely coming out. They do provide a free shuttle to the beach but it is every 2 hours so this doesn't allow much flexibility. Staff were ok, but not very engaging, given how busy they were this was understandable. Had I paid $100 a night then it would probably be a 4 star review, but given that we booked 11 months in advance and paid over $200 per night I was left wanting a lot more. I have stayed in nicer bw hotels and paid a lot less. Very underwhelming.

The outside of the hotel and pool area are really landscaped well. Our room was quite comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small but not a problem. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. We will definitely come back!

We have stayed at several Best Western hotels across the country and always felt it was great quality and a great value. This hotel is not. It is old and needs updating of decor. Positives; Beds are comfortable, breakfast was basic but ok, pool area is ok and the room has a large Samsung TV. Negatives; There was a musty smell in our room and in the inside dining room, the bathroom is very tiny and the carpeting is worn. People there are very nice. Price was way too high for the poor quality. Wouldn't go back.

My daughter and I stayed here in March. What a great place! I think the place is probably older but our room appeared remodeled. We had a patio overlooking gardens and pool. It really has a resort feel with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, koi ponds, a small mini golf area and lots of plants, flowers, palm trees and even sculptures. Despite being on a very busy street, once you're inside the property you really wouldn't know. Breakfast is served in a tiki hut outdoors. We loved being able to dine outside. Breakfast consisted of a nice array of hot and cold items. Breakfast staff was really nice and helpful. They have yogurts and peanut butter but you have to ask for them. The beach shuttle is a very nice feature. It operates as advertised. This hotel is located near many restaurants, a Publix grocery, spas, etc. One caveat that some may need to consider is that there are a number of single steps that need to be maneuvered to the various pool and breakfast areas. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the best Western Inn and suites in Naples! From the amazing staff to the wonderful accommodations clearly there is pride of ownership at this best Western location. We very much enjoyed the delicious buffet in the morning as well as the friendly shuttle service to the nearby beach. If you are looking for a location close to the beach that is reasonably priced I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

First time in a best Western. Tired after traveling, and expected a GREAT room for the price. The carpeting was old and needed cleaning. The bathroom was so tiny it was hard to get around. The bedding was clean, the air was too high and blowing right o the top of our heads. After this experience we will stick to Hampton Inns.

This was clearly the worst Best-Western-Experience we've made in many years traveling throughout the USA. The interiors are dark, old and the furniture partly in bad shape, the carpets seem old and used and on the balcony you'll find a huge a/c-box which takes off half the space. Those rooms are clearly overpriced from our point of view. Pool area and breakfast are ok. But we wouldn't recommend this place. It's not BW-standard as we know it.

We love this Best Western and come back to it every year. The whole staff is great and we've had particularly great help from Renee and Kevin, who helped us with key cards and the DVD player. They were genuinely nice and helpful. The breakfast and pools are fantastic too and the hotel is right on Rt. 41, convenient to everything.

We just returned from our 3rd stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint! This is the best hotel in Naples. It is reasonably priced and located in a great area. The beach shuttle with chairs and umbrellas is a nice touch. The breakfast includes everything you could possibly want. Eggs, meat, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, cereal (hot and cold), yogurt, coffee, juices and tons of pastries. The girls that take care of you at breakfast couldn't be any nicer. Nothing is a problem for them. The pools are heated and clean. The rooms are the perfect size. The balconies overlook the pool/breakfast area. The entire inside area of the hotel is well maintained and very quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and cannot wait to return.

This is one of the nicer motels that we have come across in many miles of traveling throughout this country. The lowest price rooms are innovated with porches on the ground floor and individual balconies on the upper floors. These overlook a man-made jungle of well-manicured gardens and palms. These provide a sense of privacy even in the busiest time of year. This is also where you can enjoy a breakfast that includes real eggs among other dishes of equal quality each morning. The parking lot is made of pavers that are smooth and unbroken; missing are the grass and weeds that usually accompany such an area. A pleasure to ride on, even with our motorcycle. Again, the flowerbeds in this area are also clean and trim. All of the sidewalks and areas of poured concrete have been covered with epoxy and flaked; an expensive but worthwhile undertaking. Even the drains on these areas have been covered with the same; an elegant detail that most properties would have missed. I have stayed here twice in the last year and have had the good fortune to be upgraded each time. We have been put into an apartment with a carport; great for the motorcycle rider that doesn't want to climb onto a wet bike the next morning! It makes you feel like you're at home and we even “tidy-up” before checking out. If you look hard enough you can find something negative about any property; I would be remiss if I omitted such an observation here, however trivial. I would like to have seen more table space outside for enjoying breakfast in the pleasant weather. That is after all, why we are in Florida in February. We also had a problem with some very tiny sugar ants in our room. Always chasing insects in this climate, I'm sure. I look forward to staying here again the next time we are in town. If we are lucky enough to be upgraded again we will probably stay an extra night! Tony Clem

Love this hotel! It's quiet, clean, comfortable, and everyone is friendly. What more can you ask for! We originally booked for one night, and decided to stay another day. The front desk was very accommodating, and managed to keep us in the same room. Breakfast is good, quite a large selection, and served by one of two pools here. We will definitely be back. And though not on the beach, there's a free shuttle to take you, but it's only a 5 minute drive if you decide to take yourself.

This is a GREAT hotel.... just wish the bathroom had been at least 6” wider. We are NOT “big” people yet, if we sat on the commode your shoulder hits the counter edge of the sink. The room, beds, balcony - GREAT!!! The closet-bathroom area sadly lacking. There was no place to put personal toiletries... I thought I'd use the ‘cabinet' under the sink, but found there was no shelf- just the concrete floor!!! Excellent buffet breakfast and over-all quiet location. The landscaping is exceptional.

Couldn't be happier with our stay last week. Rooms very clean, great location, beautiful grounds include ponds, sculptures, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Good amenities too. Will go again.

There are a ton of choices in Naples if you visit - everything from independent hotels to branded - downtown Naples to just outside of Naples. When we stay in hotels, we always seek those with additional accommodations, and this hotel/resort fit our needs. Two true bedrooms condos are available for nightly stays with kitchens at this location. Imagine that for your next adventure whether you are there for the zoo, the beach or an airboat adventure. We will be back.

Ideal location close to beach road and shopping area. Room and air conditioning very quiet.Property very nicely landscaped. Set-up for room is well done. Balcony useable size.Breakfast was fairly typical motel fare but there were hot items on it. When weather is suitable is served outside by the pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 days of personal vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my guest room. It was very large and spacious. The grounds were well taken care of, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. The location was perfect! Conveniently located near Publix and other shopping and just over a mile from the beach. They had a shuttle which I did not use because I had rented a car. I was impressed with how nice and clean everything seemed to be and I watched as a cleaning service cleaned the shuttle bus. I would love to return to this hotel again and bring more family members with me. Thank you for a great stay!

My husband became sick in Naples on business. After discharge from hospital we stayed at Naples Best Western for 10 days til he was ok to travel. Suite was clean and very nice. The people were excellent. Marie and Hannah at front desk very helpful repeatedly as we had to extend stay 2x. The management allowed us to park our rental car I'm handicapped space which in the beginning was great until he could walk further. Alida from housekeeping was amazing even walking the visiting nurse to our room. Girls at breakfast were friendly and good cooks. That washing machines and dryers were there was a great help. Part of his recovery was to walk. The grounds were clean and very beautiful and paths easy to walk on. We hope to return for fun and look forward to it. We highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were very impressed with this hotel! We have stayed in many luxurious hotels all over the world and were very impressed by this hotel and its accommodations and staff. The suite that we stayed in was amazing! The hotel staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. For example, Mr. Cruz greeted us with a nice smile, and Marie helped us get a taxi. Yanet was helpful too. The food at breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were attentive and helpful. This was our first time visiting Naples and we loved it and look forward to coming back to this Best Western on our next visit.

The BW Inn & Suites is located on 41( main north/south street thru Naples), only 5 minutes north of downtown district. Also just 1 mile from beach with hotel providing hourly shuttle. Mall, nice grocery store, and many excellent restaurants close by. Property is older style campus type but well maintained and nice landscaped grounds with 2 pool areas. My studio suite overlooking the pool was clean and comfortable for my one week stay, and the best value in this pricey high season market. Try it- you will be pleased. DBailey

This was my first time in over 30 years to book a Best Western hotel. I ended up staying 3 days I was so pleased. I'm not sure how recently it's been renovated, but the King Suite I had seemed brand new to me. It had a full kitchen, full living room and nice big bathroom, plus a king bedroom that was as big as most hotel rooms in total. The place was very clean too, something I'm very picky about. It was pretty cold during my Naples stay so I didn't swim or enjoy the hot tub, but I did walk through their pool/patio area and it was a lovely garden, complete with a Coi pond, lots of tropical plants and trees. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I read the TripAdvisor reviews, as I always do before I book, and completely agree it's worth the room rate, especially in Naples. You can't go wrong, unless you have to have beach front. Then prepare to pay much, much more!

We spent one night. Clean rooms, a bit noise from neighbours. Pool area is nice with fish ponds, but why the music on the western pool? Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Could stay again. Wifi was good. Parking is very convenient.

We have stayed here many times over the past 17 years and love the pools, the lush gardens, the rooms right next to the pool, the amazing breakfast buffet and the location. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Every winter we stay in this hotel for two weeks, and have loved it every time. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is unbelievably nice, and the location is excellent. I've never stayed anywhere else in Naples and don't think I ever will.

Pros: Convenient location, spacious rooms, exceptional staff, stunning pool areas Cons; Can get pricey Hard to believe I have been visiting this hotel for almost fifteen years. It was one of my favorite places to spend time away from home and, after a few years of not traveling to Naples, wondered if I'd enjoy it as much as I did in the past. After all, memories have a way of becoming clouded by the passing of time. I'm glad to report this is still the same wonderful place I remembered, and if you don't want to read any further, I'll take this chance to say I'll be returning again and again and again. But there's more to say. Naples is littered with modern, cookie-cutter Hampton Inns and similar properties. This Best Western is a stark contrast to those, because it's an older, sprawling collection of beach-type motel buildings with outside hallways. There's a good chance you'll be able to park your car directly in front of your room. For an older property, it's impeccably maintained. Everything works as it should, from the faucets to the televisions to the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, and I usually find myself steered towards one of the suites with a separate living room/office area and second television. All of the suites (and smaller rooms) face out towards one of the property's two pool areas. They're truly special with dense tropical foliage, fish ponds, and plenty of chairs.These set the hotel apart from others in the area- by comparison, the Hilton down the road has a small pool area in the shadow of the building that doesn't come close to matching what's offered here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offering, unlike in previous years, is a complete meal with hot foods instead of just bagels and pastries. There is now shuttle service directly to nearby Lowdermilk Park, and beach chairs are offered if you take advantage of this perk. Complaints are few. The acoustic ceiling tiles in some of the rooms are more industrial than homey. If you're in a suite and don't close the bathroom door at night, the sun shines into the bedroom from the bathroom window. Depending on the time of year, staying here can be downright expensive, although I can't say it's not worth the cost. Truth be told, this is a four-and-a-half star hotel that's made better by incredible attention to detail. There's a miniature golf course outside the hotel lobby. The lawn ornamentation is absolutely charming. The entire parking lot is made up of brick pavers instead of asphalt and concrete. The list goes on. Regardless of what kind of hotels you're used to, I don't believe anyone could find a reason to be unhappy here. I can't wait to return.

Very nice experience staying at Best Western. Reception, cleaning/maintenance and kitchen staff was extremely professional and friendly, went beyond my expectations. The service request for clogged sink was addressed momentarily and fixed within 5 minutes. I would recommend to use shuttle that goes from the hotel right to the nearest beach(which is 8 minutes away) 4 times a day, and then picks up the guests 4 times daily as well. They also provide beach chairs and umbrellas. If you want to rent them on the beach 2 chairs plus an umbrella will cost you $30 per day. Parking lot is also available if you prefer to drive by your own. The pool area of the hotel where the breakfast was served looked cozy and well maintained with cute garden sculptures. Regular room where we stayed was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed. All balconies come out to the pool area. The location is actually convenient for grocery and all other kinds of shopping. There is Publix grocery store, pharmacy, and a shopping center with Macy's in walking distance. The Naples Zoo is about 5 minutes driving. You can find plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes driving in any direction. Breakfast is very similar daily, but there are plenty of options outside of the hotel. Overall, great experience. If you have any questions or concerns hotel's personnel is there to help you out.

I've stayed at the Best Western three times in the last three years spanning about two weeks for each visit. I keep coming back because the level service and quality of rooms are almost too good for this price point. From the housekeeping staff to the ladies who serve breakfast, I always feel welcomed and like my business is appreciated. I've only stayed in the suites and it's easy to make meals with the equipment in the room and Publix is a couple minute walk away. When I travel to places other than Naples, I usually stay in Airbnb's because I like the ability to cook for myself so the kitchen is a big bonus. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants and a mall just across the road. I wish the beds were queen sized instead of double, but they are comfortable and have been clean each time. As for the room, the couches are comfortable, the TVs are large and modern, and the room is spacious and, most importantly, clean. Also, I really enjoy the hot tubs and pools—it's a great way to relax at the end of the day.

I am with the Grinnell College swim and dive team. Each year we stay here for a week for our training trip. Every year the hotel staff have been incredibly kind, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast staff always greet us with a smile and the cleaning staff go above and beyond to help keep our rooms in pristine condition. The venue is great as well. There are two pools, two hot tubs and lots of sunbathing chairs by the pool. I look forward to returning to Best Western Naples Inn & Suites every year because of the great venue and the staff who go above and beyond!

Our swim team comes down to Naples every year for a training trip and this hotel is always great. It has all you can eat hot breakfast, ample cooking supplies in the rooms, and a nice amount of space. The cleaning and breakfast staff are friendly and the front desk people were helpful if we ever needed change or a spare room key.

We are repeat guests here when we visit relatives in Florida. This has to be the best kept secret in Naples. Extremely clean Best Western, fantastic breakfast options, and a super friendly, extremely hard working staff. It is a one mile walk to the beach, which we like to do in the morning. A hotel shuttle goes back and forth to the beach every two hours and provides guests with beach chairs and umbrellas. We have stayed in a room with two queens, and in a one bedroom apartment. Both were extremely comfortable. The apartments are especially roomy. A shout out to Roberto and Renee at the front desk who were both extremely helpful during our stay there.

Did not enjoy the standard of the room, smelled old and was not modern. Also not too comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, and two separate pool areas where breakfast also was served in morning. Guess it was OK for what you pay.

I travelled a lot over the world and been in plenty hotels and let me just say... this is one hotel that gets a place in my top 5 hotels overall! The friendliness of the employees at check in was just amazing. Got a free upgrade due to being a BW Platinum member and the room it self was just amazing! Next to the room there was a pool let's just say this there are 2 big pools in the hotel with also hot tubs, I really enjoyed swimming in them nice temperature of the water. The breakfast was lovely you had plenty of choices and the food was on point. Choices of waffles, eggs, sausage, croissants, bagels, toasted bread and some nice coffee! But the overall atmosphere of the hotel is amazing beautiful gardens and flowers, lovely water with fish in them and also the breakfast area looks great! I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples.

We have been going to Naples every year for over 20 years and have stayed at the Best Western Naples Inn & Suites for at least the last 15 years. We stay in the suite section but the complex has offers a variety of room types. The suite is always prepared well prior to our arrival with the staff making sure that our special requests for allergies are attended to. The hotel complex has two swimming pools with pleasing Florida type landscaping surrounding the pool ares. The complex offers a smorgasbord breakfast included in the room rate that makes the start of the day hassle free. The hotel is also a convenient few minutes car distance from the public beach and downtown Naples areas (the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the beach). Overall, this hotel offers a convenient location, variety of room types, great staff service, pleasing hotel layout with two pool areas and free breakfast serice, All in all a great place to enjoy a Naples vacation.

During our stay we were treated awesomelyby the staff. We work nights so we sleep during the day and we were never once rudely woken or disturbed. Breakfast was always hot and fresh. The breakfast staff was always very nice and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the BW Naples Inn & Suites for one night last weekend. We chose this hotel based on reviews, location, and price. Our experience was very good overall and we would stay here again under the same circumstances. We weren't originally planning to spend the night in Naples, so we made our reservation the day before our stay. We chose a King Suite, which was the least expensive king room available. We chose a room on the second floor, which had a balcony overlooking one of the pools. The room decor was a mix of old and new, with high tech TVs and Blu-ray players, some modern lamps with built-in outlets and USB ports, and other lamps and furnishings that were pretty dated. The (mirrored) closet was in the bathroom, and in the closet were a small fridge, microwave, and mini-safe. The toilet and bath/shower were in a separate room. The toilet was a bit too close to the wall, and the bath towels were hanging right next to the toilet, which made it even more crowded. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. There were plenty of drawers in the bedroom/living room areas. The bed was fairly comfortable, but on the firm side. It was cool out so we didn't use the climate control system much, but for our brief use it seemed to work well. The room was pretty quiet throughout our stay. The free WiFi worked pretty well. Breakfast, which was served by one of the pools, was included in the rate and included a decent selection of hot and cold items. It was very chilly when we ate breakfast, but there's seating inside a clubhouse next to the pool. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. For electric vehicle owners, there are charging stations on the property, and a Tesla supercharger a few miles away at the Bayfront Place shopping center (in the parking garage). The hotel staff were very friendly. The Naples Inn & Suites isn't a high-end hotel, but it's very good and it reasonably priced for what you get. We chose this location because we were planning to visit the nearby Naples Zoo with family the next day, and it just happened that one of our favorite Naples restaurants (Fuse Global Cuisine) was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to spend the night in this area.

We love this place. They have a little tropical wonderland in the courtyard. The jacuzzi was hot and clean. Everyone was pleasant. There are movies you can borrow and a shuttle to Lowdermilk Beach. We will be back!

Situated in North Naples on the busy " 41". Smooth and friendly check-in. We had a room on the ground-floor with big bedroom, small kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, coffeemaker ) and bathroom with bath (shower ), 1 sink and toilet. Everything very clean. Bedroom had also a work-desk and chairs ; beds were BIG and matresses were excellent ! Airco was efficient and silent ; also we did not hear traffic-noise from the busy " 41"; WIFI was excellent and free. Ample free parking in front of our unit. We also had a small terrace with 2 chairs, a round table and view of the beautifull garden and swimmingpool ( + lounge-chairs ) . Breakfast was served in open air at the end of the garden. Big choice of breads, beagles, eggs, sausages, waffles cornflakes, etc. Coffee was excellent and the service professional and smiling !! An extra plus of our stay is the free shuttle to "Powdermilk"-beach and free beach-chairs and umbrella's ! Staff was Always helpfull especially Mr. Roberto! We highly recommend this hotel which offers everything to make your stay memorable at very reasonable prices.

if you have a room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard. The landscaping provide relief from the stark landscape of parking lot setting of most motels in the area. The art sculpture around the property is an added treat. The rooms are small but well maintained. The service staff is excellent. The breakfast are almost adequate, but not great. The room prices are reasonable.

We arrived at this hotel needing a room last minute and the staff were so helpful, I wish I could remember their names. They helped with information on the Naples area providing maps and leaflets and told us everything we needed to know about the hotel. The grounds are great , so many features and 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. The rooms was a good size and the TV was huge, beds were comfy and I liked the area for the fridge and wardrobe as it was just set aside compared to some hotels. Bathroom was adequate. The room had a balcony which was great to chill out on or dry off swimwear. Parking was right outside the room. Breakfast is adequate, hot and cold with a waffle and pancake maker, all served round the pool so a lovely setting. DVDs are available to rent out and the WiFi is good. The location is great, just a short walk to Lowdermilk beach and close to some restaurants and shops . I'm so glad we found this hotel , thank you to the great staff, particularly the night manager for accommodating us at short notice.

Second stay (last one about 8 years ago) and the hotel was just as good - nice size rooms, friendly staff, clean pool and spa. We stayed in room 225 on the sunny side and it was perfect. Breakfast served by the pool - hot and cold choices including pancakes, sausages and eggs etc. Ample parking. Only niggle is bathroom size - these are very small but wasn't an issue for us. Good location with a shuttle bus to the beach if required at various times during the day.

We recently booked a room on the second floor with our balcony tucked cozily among the huge leaves of a Florida banyan tree. The room was clean, cozy and cute. The price was considerably cheaper than comparable places also. Included was a breakfast served from the chickee hut near the pool. Oh, forgot to mention how pretty the grounds are. The one negative: hot breakfast is greasy breakfast sausages, eggs and frozen hash browns. Also the usual bread items and cereal. Could be a little more creative and varied. All in all, thumbs up.

I cannot rate this Hotel highly enough from the friendly staff who would do anything for you to the beautiful landscaped surroundings and two gorgeous pools. Breakfast is included in the price of your room which is a great saving and a great breakfast at that served by the pool by charming girls. We have been going to this Hotel every November for 20 years and stay in one of the spacious condos which also have laundry facilities in each block which is useful on a long stay.We always book for the following year at the end of our stay and have already made our booking for next year which says it al

Very friendly, helpful folks in all capacities and in a great location. The room was clean but the TV didn't work on arrival, despite a valiant attempt by one of the front desk folks. This was rectified the next day by a professional. The biggest issue we had was the bathroom's design. The very, very close proximity of the commode ot the vanity is problematic. Fortunately, we are both thin individuals and we were able to work around this, tho; with some difficulty. A heavier person would have been unable to use the commode in this configuration. Clean, large room with a nice desk and super parking, right in front our room. Typical BW breakfast with plenty from which to choose. Crowded, as you'd expect, closer to 9AM, so big advantage to an early arrival there.

I planned a weekend fishing trip for myself and 5 other family members. My wife deserves all the credit for finding this gem of a hotel. The rates were great, but I was a bit skeptical because Best Westerns can be hit or miss. I decided to go with it because of the price, good reviews and the accommodations. I booked 2 regular rooms with 2 double beds and a mini-suite so we would have a full sized refrigerator and kitchen for all of our food and also the living room area would give us everyone a place to hang out and tell fish stories. When I checked in, I found out that they had upgraded all the party to mini-suites so we could keep our party together! Thank you to the very nice ladies at the front desk, that was awesome! It made the people in our party feel special. I was a little bummed there was no doors conecting the the rooms, but really, it was no problem. I wasn't going to complain about free upgrades. The rooms had all been recently upgraded with nice amenities. The leather furniture was very comfortable and there was granite throughout. Only the kitchen cabinets and bathroom tile looked a little dated, though there was almost no wear and tear showing in the rooms, so it is all well maintained. I really appreciate the screened in balconies, especially in south Florida. The hotel had good amenities, there were 2 pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki bar, all sorrounded with plenty of patio and lounge furniture in a nicely landscaped area. The hotel is in a great area of Naples, close to downtown and across the street from a very nice mall. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The only little nitpick I have is that the continental breakfast isn't open until 7. It's a good looking spread served at the tiki bar by the pool, but our party was there for the fishing and we needed to leave the hotel by 7 to pick up our boat. If the breakfast had started at 6, it would have been perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. In fact, our party had such a great time, they are asking me to arrange this trip again next year, and of course, they want to stay at the same hotel. Thanks Best Western Naples, we will definitely be back!

This hotel is so beautiful, a real find! Great location, amazing breakfast, botanical gardens and rooms are fantastic. Everything about this property is just wonderful. Great beds, quiet room, friendly staff and beautiful pool areas. They offer loads of amenities like a huge dvd library, bikes, beach shuttle , 2 pools and hot tubs, I highly recommend anyone looking to stay in the area this is the place. Returning to this hotel, after a number of years when it was a regular stop off for us on visits from the UK, we were relieved to see that it was still the same welcoming hotel that we remembered. During a recent stay my husband experienced a significant fall. Management immediately called 911 & came to us to determine how they could assist. After a LONG afternoon in the ER they accommodated us by moving us to an accessible room & even “comped” the night for us! The following day my husband was not yet ready to travel....& they gave us a reduced rate for that evening. EVERYONE, from the managers, the ladies at the front desk, & the housekeeping staff was superb. Suffice it to say, these folks were the most accommodating, considerate, & helpful we have ever encountered in our 50+ years of traveling.

This hotel definately needs a renovation. The smell in the rooms is awful. The old carpet, the ceiling smelled like mildew. It was very uncomfortable for me. The bathroom is also very small and old fashioned. The mosquito net was damaged, so we had to chase a few mosquitos in the room. Do not choose this hotel if you have a sensitive nose. The breakfast was good and the garden was nice.

My wife and I stayed at Best Western for our 1st year anniversary. We love Naples and we go every year. Every time we go we stay there. We love the breakfast they give. It's really good. The staff is really friendly and all the rooms are cleaned and the hotel completely is maintained cleaned. We will definitely keep coming back.

This was a return trip to this hotel for my husband and me. When we stayed last year, it was about a month after Hurricane Irma so we expected some things to still be “off the norm”. This year's stay was in a similar room as last year's stay, and we had forgotten about the extremely small bathroom. The pool and tropical decor surroundings are lovely, but the breakfast area is very crowded and is not set up to “flow” well. The “elevator” to the second floor rooms proved to be a glass-encased lift on the outside of the building, which was different but okay as long as it worked. However, I got stuck inside the lift and was thankful my husband had taken the steps and was able to rescue me! Yikes! The AC in our room worked great the first day, but the second day it stopped. A service person got it started again, but it didn't cool early as well as before. This third thing was okay because I was dressed at the time, but while I was resting on the bed two cleaning ladies climbed up a ladder, over the railing to our deck, and proceeded to clean the windows and deck floor. Had I been lounging in the nude, I might have not been so willing to brush off the incidence. All in all, the price was fine for the off season rating, but I saw where the Hampton Inn across the street (with the same amenities and rating) was priced for about the same. Will be trying the Hampton Inn next year!

Just spent 10 fun days at the Best Western with friends! Beautiful landscaping around the grounds gives you the feel of a tropical paradise. Great breakfast served under a thatched roof by the pool is nice touch. Room was decorated very nicely and was spacious. Beautiful Lowdermilk Park is a three minute drive which transportation is provided along with with chairs and umbrellas! Check in was fast and easy which I was met with smiling faces. My girlfriend and I went into the office to ask about days trips and Uri was very helpful almost like a travel guide! My family and I have been vacationing here for 16 years and keep coming back! Have recommended friends that have stayed here and loved it! The pictures on the website do not do the Best Western justice! Hopefully will be back soon.

We found this Best Western to be a perfect place for us. Our room had easy access to the beautiful area surrounding the pool, and breakfast was outside in a lovely atmosphere. Our room was clean and nice and the employees were friendly and helpful.

The place was very affordable and a great value. The central courtyard had was like disneyland. It had great landscaping and interesting metal art pieces. It made it fun to hang out by the pool or off your room deck to have drinks or coffee. Close drive to the beach and they even have a shuttle.

Our stay here was great. The property is full of beautiful landscaping, has 2 pools, 2 spas, and miniature golf! The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were immaculate and bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay again!!

All the staff members go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Have never stayed at a property of such beauty and uniqueness. With every stay we like to tour the grounds looking for new sculptures and works of art that are so tastefully done. The guest is made to feel like they are in their own "tropical paradise". The free breakfast is outstanding, love the free shuttle to the beach, and am always made to feel welcome by the warm and friendly staff.

I arrived at 1:30 in the morning and Kevin on the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Gave me a thorough orientation - hours for breakfast, internet password, zoo brochure, shuttle pass to the beach, notes on Food & Thought - great health food store/restaurant close by. I liked the layout of the room and that it had a lot of daylight. The balcony overlooking the pool was lovely as was the pool. Highly recommend!

This hotel is great. All rooms face one of the two pools and beautiful gardens which are well tended to. The rooms are comfortable although the bathroom was a little small. Really enjoyed and appreciated the shuttle bus to Lowdermilk Beach which also provide a beach chair and umbrella for your added comfort. Breakfast by the pool is great with lots to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely return when in the area again.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and it only gets better. Rooms are excellent with great TV and channel selection. Two swimming pools in lovely grounds. Good location with easy access to the beaches. Friendly service with a smile and humour.

This was my fifth visit to Naples and my fifth different place to stay. I have so much to praise I will have to break it down in segments 1. The staff From the very competent and friendly front desk personnel to the housekeepers to the shuttle driver and the breakfast ladies This staff goes out of the way to make you feel welcome and are always greeted with a hello and a smile. 2. The landscaping and pool This place looks and feels like you are on a tropical island. My wife and I toured the grounds and were amazed at the different plants and flowers and really enjoyed finding all the metal animal scruptutes (sic) From the large elephants to the monkey hanging from the tree. We had to laugh at the bottle tree, very funny display. 3. The Amenities. Two very pretty and clean pools both surrounded by beautiful foliage making them very private. There is a stocked koy pond, hot tub and a shuttle to louwdermilk beach. Not only just a shuttle though, the driver drops you off right at the beach and supplies you with beach chairs and a umbrella (yes they are FREE) Anyone who has loaded their cars to go to beach then pay to park then carry all the stuff to the beach will really love this amenity 4. The room First of all we were upgraded from two double beds to a king size suite at no extra charge. We parked right outside our room, making unloading and loading our car a breeze. The two rooms and bath are all spacious, clean and with a sliding door to go to the pool. The bed was superb. I have a very bad back and the bed was firm but not too firm, very supportive and comfortable. We had a full size leather sofa, a very comfortable chair and a desk and desk chair with usb ports at the desk and also charging cords in the nightstands in the bedroom. The room had double sinks and marble countertops in the dressing area with large mirror doors for the oversize closet. The closet encloses the refrigerator and safe. Also there is a false bottom in the dresser to hide some items which I found really useful. The toliet and bath room also included a sink. Shower was fantastic and all the facilities were clean and sparkling. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The housekeeping staff were very fast and efficient and not at all entrusive. 5. Breakfast the meal is served from the tiky hunt at the pool giving plenty of room to walk . The menu included scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. waffles, pancakes, a variety of bagels and muffins fresh fruit and even yogurt. Coffee was plentiful and hot. There are many tables to sit and enjoy your meal while reading the free newspaper. A very enjoyable meal. Finally as I said at the start this was our fifth time in Naples. We have stayed in everything from a 5 star resort to a 3 star motel. After our latest trip I would not even consider staying anywhere else but here at the Best Western. I was looking for a quite place to rest and I found this hotel. The service was great, I arrived a couple hours late and they provided me the room based on my expectations. I rented the room with king bed, actually I prefer to call apartment because it has everything what it is necessary to be a lot of days. A beautiful kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom. The pictures on internet are 100% real. The pool and spa are really really nice, basically you can sleep inside the spa due to hot water. Summarizing, go to this hotel if you are interested in renting like a baby.

We stayed at the this Best Western for 1 night. The service was excellent. We were upgraded to a Suite without even asking. The gardens were beautiful and well kept. The breakfast by the pool had everything and was really good. The housekeepers were really nice and helpful. Everything was very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with husband and son and i love this place ! the breakfast was awesome they have everything , waffles , sausage , bread bagels eggs banana yogurt oatmeal potatoes everything ! the breakfast area gets a bit overcrowded but i guess you cant do much about that . The rooms were awesome and the housekeepers are super nice and helpful !

I loved this hotel. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was really nice outside by the pool. The room was very clean and the gardens surrounding the hotel are Beautiful. The drive to the beach is about 5 min. It'Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western for 1 night to celebrate a family birthday. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and well kept. Even better, we booked our room through Swing Shift Hotels and saved an additional $40/night!

We were only staying for two nights, and I'm sorry to say that we were all happy about that. The lady who booked us in was very nice, as were her colleagues at the breakfast bar around the pool - less so the manageress who was quite abrupt when we asked whether we could check-out an hour later than planned. We had booked a suite, to give us a bit more "luxury"; I would honestly recommend you save your money. It was a very dark room, with a separate small sitting area leading onto the balcony (which had a mahoosive, floor-standing and noisy AC unit, so was completely unusable, unless you switched off the aircon in the bedroom - not an option when kids are trying to go to sleep). The bathroom had a bathtub with shower over and a toilet, with a separate room with two sinks and a wardrobe. This wardrobe also housed the fridge and the safe, so not that much usable space - not an issue for a two-night stay, but might be if you stay longer. There were two big double-beds with a shared bed-side table - and such a massive lamp that we struggled to put our books somewhere. Anway, first world problems, right? Overall, the room and the complex itself felt quite dated and in need of some TLC - and may-be some re-definition of what constitutes a "suite". On the positive side, there was an ice-maker on our floor and the breakfast round the pool was nice enough; our teenagers particularly enjoyed the "make your own waffles / pancakes" feature. Unfortunately, you had to eat on paper plates with plastic cutlery and paper cups for drinks - again, just not great.

After a busy summer full of work and stress we came to settle into this hotel at the best western in naples. The stay was unbeleivabley comfertable and the rooms are very clean!! The staff is amazing and caring. Renee is lovely and so caring she made sure we are always happy and comfertable. I recommend this hotel to ALL who want to get away and feel special.

Hotel has very good atandartd of the rooms and awimming pool. Breakfast included in the price. Laundry and parkimg abailable. Public beach is 3 min by car and shopping mall accross the stret. Publix and Walgrens you can even reach by walking. I fully recommend

Our 3rd stay at the Best Western and again we couldn't fault it. It felt like coming 'home'. We could not stay anywhere else in Naples. Again, I emailed the hotel to ask for 'our' room and although I didn't get a reply, we did get our room. What fab service!! Love having breakfast outside in such a beautiful setting, with very attentive staff. The pool/s are a welcome sight after a day on the beach. This hotel had the best tv channels on our 3 week road trip. The location is great on US41. Just across the road is Coastland Mall, 5th Avenue and Tin City about 10 mins drive. Our flights are already booked for next year, see you in May. Can we have our room again please? ??

Excellent service above and beyond the usual Best Western service which is usually great. Very clean and close to the main activities of Naples. The free upgrade was great appreciated. We will certainly stop again for our next annual stay in Naples. We greatly recommend.

This was a quality stay for my daughter and I. A good place for families as I found it to be of good value. Why?? The room and its amenities were of good quality and maintenance, and the care for customers was excellent. The staff here were friendly, helpful, hard working and took very good care of the details. Room cleaning was perfect, breakfast was welcoming and well presented and requests for assistance were promptly supported.

Went back with out grandchildren, they loved the grounds, including the pools different statues, koi fish. Rooms clean, nice patio, nice free breakfast, friendly staff. Shout out again to Marie. Have fun

Stayed here for 4 nights during our trip around Florida. We stayed in BW for a total of 9 nights and this was by far the best. We booked a suite and were really happy with it. 2 double beds, separate living area, and a bathroom plus vanity area. Air con worked well (we were here during a particularly hot spell) and was able to turn it right down at night-time but still stay cool. Breakfast was served around the pool and had a good variety (but never understood why you had to ask for apples)! When it was busy it was difficult to find shade but we noticed (on the last day) that people were taking food into the unused restaurant to eat. Two nice pool areas with plenty of sun beds. We used the washer/dryers which were in another building and as there were 2 units on every floor I had no problem finding one. One of the things we loved the most was the free shuttle bus that takes you to Lowdermilk Beach. Check the timings as its only 3 or 4 times a day. It was only a 10 minute run and when we exited at Lowdermilk (which is a lovely beach) we were given a beach chair each and an umbrella - really handy! This motel is also close to a large mall with many shops and eateries. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Returned to this hotel because of a great experience there a few years ago and to be honest was a little disappointed. The pool is lovely, the gardens around it are great and I love how each room has their own patio bit out to the pool and their own parking space but the rooms themselves are dated and the breakfast which I remember being fantastic last time was less than mediocre. Also the lady who actually checked us in was polite and helpful but was accompanied in reception by a man who ignored us completely and was rude to her. I found it quite uncomfortable.

The Best Western Naples was home for six nights when in town for work. It was a great value option amidst so many more expensive hotels and resorts. The room was large, and the balcony truly amazing - my room overlooked the pool and a semi-private balcony had room for two chairs, a table and probably 6-7 visitors if necessary. The room included a nice TV, fridge, plenty of closet space and a nice, if small, desk. Rooms are exterior facing if that matters to you. The pool area was very nice with a second 'hidden' pool I didn't even notice until the second day. The shade can be a problem, but it was pretty empty so easy to move around if I wanted to stay in the sun. Breakfast is included, and one of the nicer free breakfast options I've seen, served poolside. Staff was very friendly, and I talked to many people who visit annually and stay for extended periods - they keep returning because it's such a great deal. Highly recommend. It's a 3-star property by travel standards, but a great option.

We stayed here for one night during the summer and it was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The vanity/sink area was huge which was great for my daughters and wife. The pools are very well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful (Reminded me of some of the places I have stayed in Costa Rica). Breakfast is served by the pool area and it was great. Lots of good food. Very short drive to the beach. Talked with the staff at the front desk and they were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I recently stayed here for 3 nights. I don't want to be too critical because these people are just trying to make a living. However, it is an old hotel!! Keep that in mind! I wished we had spent a little more and stayed in a newer and nicer place! The service was good but the breakfast was really bad! The worst hash browns in history and sausage not much better! They are not spending anymore than they have to for breakfast! There is a big building next door that looks to be condemned or something! Not BWs fault, just saying. There is also an old restaurant that is closed on the property. Things that just say stay away. I would not stay at a Best Western again! They are just out dated and in need of a new CEO at the top!

This place is amazing. Beyond my expectations! Clean, bright and friendly. A complete hot breakfast poolside. The price is exceptional for all you can enjoy. Close to shopping and all restaurants. The staff at the front desk was helpful and kind. We came for my birthday weekend, and I hope to return soon. Naples is a wonderful town.

We stayed at the Best Western Naples Inn & Suites at the beginning of June after touring Arizona & California staying in all in 10 Best Westerns. This was by far the best we have ever stayed in and have used Best Western since 2010. We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely suite, with seperate lounge and kitchen. Everything we needed was there and it was extremely well furnished and spotlessly clean. The Reception staff were very helpful, Yuri, the General Manager, and all his staff excellent. Could not have been a better ending to a 5 week stay in the USA., breakfast around the pool was a bonus, with cheerful staff. The gardens had wonderful garden ornaments, around the two pools and also around the outside of the hotel grounds. We will be back, and hopefully sooner rather than later. Our stay at the Best Western on 9th Street in Naples, Florida made for a great getaway. We were courteously greeted and also our room was upgraded. The room had a sitting room and a full kitchen and we had two TV's. Th and e bed was wonderful, so we could go all day and rest wonderfully at night. There is a shuttle too that takes you right to the beach. The breakfast, served by the pool, makes getting that first cup of coffee easy and a lovely way to start your day. I'm bringing my family back to stay I liked it that much.

As always this is the best hotel around,we've come and enjoyed our twice yearly stay. The staff is always friendly and greet you with smiles and hugs if you've known them long enough. All your wishes are granted from the tiniest what's the email pass word to do you have a wine bottle opener The new fence around the pool blends in with the lush surrounding. ,even the white heron had his field day. This recommendation comes from the heart as all of our friends that we've made here over the years would agree with us that this truly is a gem of a hotel Cudos go out to all the staff and we'll be back come november

Lovely hotel, staff especially Marie, were lovely, our suite was beautiful next to the pool, breakfast was lovely. everything was exceptionally clean, free and safe parking. the sculptures dotted around were lovely to see and photograph.
