Okinawa is a popular resort island destination. It is known for its abundance of natural beauties and warm welcoming people. Its unique culture can be observed in its architecture, local dances such as like "Kachashi" and "Eisa". The BEST WESTERN Naha Inn is one of the most convenient hotels in the city, with its door-to-door access by monorail train to Naha International Airport. Just 18 minutes from the Airport, you will see our Best Western logo in front of Asato Station, center of business and shopping district. It is only a four minute walk to the most popular shopping and night entertainment area, called Kokusai Dori. The monorail also takes you to City Hall, Shuri Castle, the former Royal Palace and Duty Free Shop in a few stops as well. While most hotels in the vicinity provide a tower parking, the BEST WESTERN Naha Inn also features a convenient flat parking lot, which is popular among our repeating guests. The BEST WESTERN Naha Inn will make a perfect base camp for business and pleasure alike. Enjoy your stay!

« Great location in Naha »

Monorail will take you from the airport and drop you on the doorstep at Asato Station. Can easily walk to Kokusai Dori in 8 minutes. Walk to the Perfecture Museum and gigantic shopping mall of Naha Main Place in 15-20 minutes. Only one meal served, breakfast for $7....average. Employees are very courteous. Rooms very modern and always clean. Hundred places to eat in this area.

    « Good »

The reception was helpful. Room is relatively small for two person, but clean and tidy. Not far from a shopping area with food, and few steps from the Asato station. Only draw back is the room is next to the road, can be really noisy. Recommended for the price.

« Typical Japanese business hotel »

This is my second time staying at a best western in Japan and I found it to be pretty consistent, clean with standard amenity of a Japanese business hotel - toiletry, slipper, robe, tea/coffee and etc. Buffet breakfast is decent and there's free coffee for guests. Location is convenient; about 5 mins walk to Kokusai street, rail stop is right outside the hotel, a coco convenience store is downstairs.

    « Easy access »

The hotel is located just next to Asato monorail station, so it is very easy access to/from the airport and the other Naha city attractions. Just a ten minute walk to the main shopping street of Kokusai Dori. On the ground floor of the building is a 24-hour mini mart and across the street a 24-hour supermarket Ryubo. The room was spacious in Japanese standards. It was also very clean, but the cabin style bathroom was shabby. Not much English TV channels, only BBC (which was sometimes annoyingly dubbed in Japanese) and DLife (where you can turn off Japanese dubbing). Free wifi worked well. The breakfast was simple and just ok. On the ground floor was a coin laundry (wash 200 yen, drying 100 yen/10 minutes, laundry detergent 100 yen, complimentary fabric softener and bleach). The staff was very friendly but did not speak much English.

    « Repeat Performance »

All 2-1/2 to 3-star hotels are not the same, and this one is just fine without a lot of amenities. Great location, next to an elevated light rail station which you can't hear. Also, a super market and plenty of local shops and restaurants across the street. Our room gave us plenty of room. All T.V. channels were in Japanese, but we didn't come here to watch T.V. But Wi-Fi available to one and all...and FREE. Buffet breakfast was a bargain (700 Yen or a little less than $ 7.00)...scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast and cereal to name most. Last but not least...very nice & friendly staff, despite our language differences. English is not well spoken in most of Japan. Costs are more pricey here, but not difficult to find shopping bargains and reasonable restaurants.

« Great Value for money »

It's located very close to International street and Monarail station. It is a budget hotel with very small room. I stayed in large bed single room, it can fit two ppl. Additional pillows and kettles are available near reception. Convenience store right below. Explore around the area at night, you can find small alleys full of local bars and eateries. No English, but the Japanese are welcoming enough.

« Only smoking room available »

Checked in and we've book 2 rooms. But we've got one smoking and one non smoking room. But non of us are smokers. So the room was very smelly and the kids didn't feel well. So take care when booking! Others was fine and friendly staff! Hotel is right next to the mono rail station, so you are well connected to all locations.

« Excellent location, good service with reasonable price »

The hotel is located just next to the monorail station. You could go shopping, sightseeing or travel around Naha easily and inexpensively by buying a 1-day or 2-day monorail pass. Only buffet breakfast would be available at the hotel, yet a convenience store is just on the G/F next to it and a huge local 24/7 supermarket is about 3 minute walk opposite it. Inexpensive Japanese style meals would be also available in that supermarket for your take-out. After 13:00 ,you could enjoy free coffee at the hotel lobby for a short break and use the only one PC there for internet surfing also free of charge. The cons are no room service, no gym or pool, free in room wi-fi but often unavailable if most hotel guests are back.

« Excellent Value for Money and Great Location »

Top Tip +++make sure your booking is for non smoking room if you are a non smoker as there are only 2 floors of non and 5 smoking floors + value for money + Centrally located + Take the Monorail not a taxi + short walk to main shopping street, market, artisan museum and workshops, pottery district and Restaurants of almost every cuisine Hotel +Within very easy walking distance of Monorail Station +Staff very helpful and accomodating +Early check-in (up to 2hrs) without charge where possible +will store luggage without charge Room +very clean, well played out +adequate space for one person or two slim people +capsule style bathroom with shower over bath + two English channels +free internet +hotplate for heating water that automatically turns off when no weight on it, will not heat with empty jug on it (smart) Dining Area +breakfast worth having for small extra charge +more than adequate for Western diet +24hr Convenience store outside front door of Hotel Negatives - no dinner facility but that really doesn't matter as it is so close to wonderful cafe market and mainstream with plenty of restaurants. - Not sure if they have larger family room, you would have to check Recommended if you are single or do not intend to spend a lot of time in your room as a couple. Bath for soaking after hard day of walking.

    « Good hotel! »

I shared a superior room, with my sister. The room was a great size. All rooms were sold out, so I had no choice but to reserve a smoking room. Fortunately, the room didn't smell like cigarettes! The corridors, however, had a lingering smell. Best Western Naha Inn is in an excellent location. It is right outside Asato monorail station. Kokusai Dori (International Street) is only 1 stop away. Breakfast is offered at an additional price of ¥700. Staff were friendly and very polite! I would recommend it and would stay here again!

« Perfect location when visitng Naha. »

This hotel is pretty much standard fare as far as Japanese hotels go. It has small cozy rooms that some Westerners may find claustraphobic and a small bathroom that people of larger stature may find difficult to use. Our rooms faced south towards the main road/monorail and as such there was quite a bit of noise coming in off the street. Apart from that it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful dealing with requests and problems. I really liked the little area accross from reception where you could help yourself to exrta pillows, extra hair dryers, and large electric kettles to take to your room. The biggest plus for this hotel is the location. It's slap bang right next to Asato monorail station so it is quick and easy to get to from the airport. It's also just a 2 minute walk around the corner from the east end of Kokusai Dori (International Street) where there are lots of shops, restaurants, and bars - which is perfect as I recommend you don't opt for breakfast (which is nothing special) and eat out instead.

    « Great location & value »

Right next to the Asato station so that we can go straightly from the Okinawa airport to the hotel by monorail. An easy 5-10mins walk from the carpark of the hotel to the famous shopping street "Kokusai Street". Room is clean and breakfast is ok. Most importantly, the price is really value for money.

« Great hotel with good price! »

We stay 5 nights for our vacation in the stardard room, the room is quite small but comfortable. The breakfast is not much choices but taste good. Hotel staff both in reception area and reception area is very polite and provide good service. Free internet is good. The location is the best, near Asato monorail station and you can walk to Kokusaidori street by walk from back of the hotel, 5 min only. I will be back for sure

    « Little Gem »

This hotel is a good place to stay whilst visiting Naha. It is very conveniently placed - the monorail from the airport stops right outside. Five minutes walk to the main shopping area of Naha. It is the second time we have stayed there. Lovely, English speaking staff - like all Okinawans, they can not do enough to please. Free coffee in the lobby every afternoon!! I would advise upgrading to a larger room - not much more money but well worth it to get the extra space.

« Great value for your money »

The hotel is conveniently located next to a monorail station and in walking distance to the main shopping and dining are. Breakfast as well as complimentary coffee is included. The rooms are nice and functional - nothing fancy though and a little worn but clean. To visit Naha it's perfect- if you are up for a beach holiday you should probably go to one of the resorts as this hotel is in the city. All in all a good choice and you get value for what you pay. The only "issue " was that the personnel didn't speak English very well, but as I don't speak a single word in Japanese I guess we're even ;-)

« Great value for money »

Our first hotel in Japan and we were a little surprised that we had to pay the whole stay in cash upon arrival. Luckily I had changed enough Yen at the airport. Breakfast was great, also if you are not used to the Japanese cuisine. The hotel is ideally situated next to the metro.

« Nice location with reasonable price »

Next to train station, easy to go and easy to find. Near to the major shopping district, just 5 minutes walk. Get convenience store downstairs and a supermarket nearby. Staff is nice and is able to speak English. One final reminder, the bed for the smallest room is really small, not suitable for two big and fat person! Consider another room from the next grading!

« Ideal for short stay (1-2 nights) »

This hotel is at the side of the skyway that connects to Naha airport. It is ideal as a base for discovering Naha. Rooms are small but clean. Staff lovely and very welcoming. Will keep luggage if on a later flight. Breakfast OK. Rooms small but thats usual in this part of the world. Returning next month for two nights to recharge batteries after long flight before moving on!!!

« Fine rates with wonderful location »

It's located right next to Asato station and the staff can communicate in English. There's a 24/7 supermarket across the hotel n it only takes u around 10minutes to walk to koukusai dori. A great choice to stay in Naha.

    « Good hotel »

I really like this hotel. Location not bad. You are with in a few minutes of the Monorail station that goes to the airport and down town Naha. The hotel has a small restaurant located on the 2nd floor. Rooms are small but they are very good. For the breakfast menu. The hotel serves both Western and Japanese style foods.
