    « Very Basic »

First of all, the location and the cover photo is not correct. The hotel is located along Queens road in Nadi and is between Mercure Hotel and Capricorn Hotel. Hexagon is convinietly located next to shopping area and restaurants. There's also a cinema nearby. Don't try to eat there, takes about 2 hours to finally get our food which was still no good. The kokoda dish was not good at all. Fish was not well marinated. There's always the typical colonist attitude, like any other 80% of the hotels in Fiji. If you local, the staff won't pay much attention but if you a foreigner, you don't have to worry ;-). I stayed in a basic room because that was what the company I worked for budgeted for. But the mattress was ok (I have back issue) and my aircon was working fine. Would recommend for an overnight stay only. I stayed 3 nights, so I make sure that I was too tired to let the weird sewerage smell coming from bathroom area bother me.

« Very basic motel-style place, in need of a lick of paint in places »

Clean but small room with tatty bathroom. Restaurant nothing special and not much else in the locality to choose from (we ate at the Mercure up the road but had such a bland meal we wouldn't recommend it). Glad we had only booked our first night here. Stayed at the Gateway Hotel on our final night which was much nicer and right opposite the airport entrance! Staff were all lovely at the Best Western though and there is a big supermarket right next door which was handy. The pool was nice enough too and our room was very quiet despite opening on to the pool

« Can do Much Better than This »

Stayed in room 403 for 2 nights; had air con problem on the first night. Called twice; attended to once; than called again; attended to second time. When it started cooling; the ac unit gave off an awful smell. At this stage, I was not bothered calling them back so I opened the windows to get the fresh air in to clear that smell. After a while; everything was back to normal until I checked out. They also need to change their mattress as the spring on the edge was coming off; you might need to change it now before someone gets injured. Clean the bed cover and floors properly so there are no stains; this was very visible when we checked in; but hats off to the maid who was very helpful and always smiling while cleaning the other rooms even though it was humid hot outside. The stairs leading up to 403 does not have any cover on top and when it rains, there's no shelter; plus the Bougainvillea that grows along the railings of the staircase needs to be taken out as the thorns scratches your hand when you're holding on to the railing while walking down. A very convenient place to stay; the staff are friendly and always willing to help but I am sure that management can do much much better than this.

    « Decent budget accommodation »

We stayed around the Easter break and it was a nice decent experience. The room is basic but has all the essentials. As it's Easter holidays so some restaurants are closed we ended up having burger king for late lunch. It's very convenient in location right next to a supermarket where you snacks and drinks in reasonable price. It is also next to the shuttle pick up point to Denarau port.

« Good location for an overnight stopover »

Had an overnight stopover here as had been travelling around the islands for almost 2 weeks and flight was early the next morning .... Check in was smooth and quick. Had a small room with a double bed ample for what I required . Good size shower and bathroom, appeared clean and tidy. Location was good as it was next door to a shopping mall, cinema etc so collected some bits and pieces and bought some food. Staff here were pleasant apart from the porter who actually came up to me and asked for a tip. All in all reception staff appeared helpful I did not eat here so can't comment on the food, there was an outside pool which looked fine unsure if heated. Restaurant appeared to have a good choice of meals although it was empty when I popped into see what was on offer, would stay here again.

« Not soo good for service »

Did not supply room service. Apart from that was good. Staff was nice. Very good location. Next to night club and a shopping centre. And food store. Easy to catch public transport. Car rental is across the road. Little bit expensive then service provided. But i dont mind to stay there again. Because of its great location

    « What we expected »

Staff at the service desk where friendly and happy. We weren't expecting tv, aircon or a fridge because we spent a week at a resort with none of that so we where really happy. Rooms are tired looking but are still very clean. Close to shops and food which is good. They have a good priced taxi service which we loved. 100% worth what we paid.

    « More like a triangle »

No......So basic rooms with little or no wifi even if you pay, rooms tiny, beds are uncomfortable.....Nearly missed the hotel because of the lack of signage, TV does not work This is over priced and needing a facelift......................

« Your room awaits you, if u dare..... »

a few photos, pretty much says it all....have nine photos, but these should be enough....venture at your own risk, toothpaste lnch long on sliding door (i have capped teeth dont use toothpaste), thick dust on fan, (didnt use, didnt want dust swirling around the room!), torn bedsheets with holes in them, stained curtains, sheets are 'pilled' u feel as thou u r sleeping on crumbs. sit on the toilet and entertain yourself looking at the unclean floor and side of hand basin dark water marks, wear shoes/thongs/jandals in the room the floor is 'sticky', if the fridge hums and is loud it is because ice is built up badly. switch off overnight and empty water and turn back on...i would not bother to go to front reception, to report in their 'book', u will be back and forth reporting stuff all the time! They think a 'book'- 'runs 'their hotel!... twigs to sweep out rooms, they charge 2016 prices, get a 2016 broom! large piles of fluff and dust behind chairs etc...... they have 'attitude' and never wrong....lots of greetings and smiles other than that they should get out behind the counter and doooo some cleaning and admin work. there is more, I stayed 10 days, so not an over-nighter and complaining type of person, writing this. oh, pool has a scum line around it, and broken tiles (not hard to fix or clean), so it totally lack of bad management, nothing else....get a new manager and get rid of the 'book', hotels are run by people, not books. walk around u will see and hear stuff, clients pay to stay not 'report' your shortcomings.......

    « Happy return »

We always enjoy stopping off at this hotel on our way to Malolo Lailai Island. This time was no exception. It is conveniently situated next to a shopping complex which has expanded and now includes a movie theatre. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable with obliging staff and is good value for money. However they do need to improve their pick up service. They offer complimentary pick up and delivery to the airport. Flight numbers and times were supplied for our group who were arriving at two different times. The first group of three arrived at 4 p.m, arrived out at the pick up point just before 4.45 and were picked up at 5.50. When I asked if they ran a regular shuttle I was told " No" and that a van had come just before 5pm. We saw no sign of it. I asked that they would please be sure to pickup on time the next two as they were quite elderly and would be tired after a long journey. I was assured this would happen and later told they were on their way. Not so. The van arrived and our friends were not on it. They arrived by taxi a little later. One of the Hexagon vehicles has a brand on it the other has not. The driver that picked us up did not identify himself in any way, we approached him as we had seen the van parking in the car park. We were never checked off on any passenger list. With the second group it turned out that the unmarked van had been sent to pick up others as well. It pick up five but missed our two despite having their names and them waiting in the right area. We made a few practical suggestions to the management i.e.1. Have the driver hold up a board with the hotel name and/or guests names. 2. When picking up specific guests check that they have met them before leaving the airport. 3. If there is a regularly run shuttle let intending guests know the time it will leave from the airport. Management of course agreed with us. Lets hope they bring about some improvements. Apart from that hiccup we enjoyed our overnight stay.

    « Never Again »

My worst experience ever. I just stayed overnight and couldn't sleep because of bed bugs. It's a budgeted place but you don't expect this. In the middle of the night my husband went to look for someone but there was no one at the reception. Won't recommend this place to anyone ever.

    2
    « Below par »

OK it was a cheap stay at FJ$ 150, but it was still disappointing. The room was old and tired. There was no hot water in the morning, the TV only had one channel with sound, and to cap it all the police were called at 3am to a loud domestic dispute in the room next door to me. A thoroughly unenjoyable and sleepless night.

« Fantastic location, wonderful staff, great service! »

We stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments at The Hexagon. We checked in, the check in staff were absolutely LOVELY - I think the lady's name was Mereoni. There were another two ladies as well - who were great, but didn't catch their names. Genuinely warm, very friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, main bathroom had washer and dryer, 2nd bedroom had two single beds. Neat little kitchenette with full stove, large fridge, microwave, kettle and tea, coffee, sugar and crema. Large dining table, two lounges and a flatscreen tv and a reasonably sized private balcony with access from the main bedroom and the lounge room. Good air-conditioning unit and ceiling fans - however, the weather was cool when we were there in June. Our apartment overlooked one of the lovely pools - unfortunately we did not have time to spend in the pool so cannot comment on that. Two minute walk to Jetpoint Shopping Centre - multiple eateries, cinema, bars and supermarket. For cabs, you can either book one with The Hexagon - it is more expensive or you can just walk out to the road and flag one down. Ensure the taxi driver uses a meter. It was about $4.50 to get to Nadi Town and $11.00 to get to Denarau Marina. Free transfer to and from Nadi Airport which is extremely helpful and convenient - my flight home was an early flight and the transfer vehicle was waiting for me when I got to Reception. You can also book a wake-up call. There's also an onsite spa called Jasmine Spa - didn't have a chance to book in but the ladies working there are very friendly. One minor complaint I would have is that on the Saturday, there was a very strong smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom drains. It actually woke us up from a nap - it was that strong. It went away for a bit but the smell lingered faintly for the rest of our stay. We didn't mention this to Reception as we were rushing out and I'm sure they would've rectified or at least had an explanation had we done so. Housekeeping were great and Reception would ring us in the morning to ask whether we wanted the room to be serviced in the morning or afternoon. Great touch. There is also a tour desk and a restaurant but didn't have the time to sample either - maybe next time! All in all, would definitely stay again at The Hexagon!

« Excellent hotel, staff and location »

This place is great. The staff are friendly and helpful - Particularly the front reception staff including Volau and Marione - who go out of their way to assist you and make you feel at home. There are 3 good pools and the rooms are excellent value. It is located right in Martintar close to the airport, shops, restaurants, Wailoaloa Beach and the resorts at Denarau. The rooms are quiet and well airconditioned. I have stayed in fiji 5 times and the Hexagon is the best value for money and ideally situated. I'll be back - Excellent thanks Hexagon!

    « OVER NIGHT 7th June 2016 »

This is the worse place we have stayed at, were booked in for a deluxe room, well if this was a deluxe room, would like to see a a standard room or budget room.. The door just missed the bed when opened, once bags were in the room no where to move, the door between room and toilet fell off, the electric jug had fur growing on its element, the air conditioner fridge and fan competed to see who could make the loudest noise, so we turned them all off... BUT HAVE LEFT THE WORSE TO LAST BADLY STAINED BOTTOM SHEET, PILLOW CASES GRUBBY BROWNY COLOUR. WAS MEANT TO BE A TWIN BED ROOM BUT WAS A DOUBLE BED. WHEN COMPLAINED TO FRONT DESK WAS TOLD IT WAS BOOKED AS A DOUBLE BED RUBBISH DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL UNLESS YOU LIKE FILTH

    « Great Location »

Road Tripped from Suva to Nadi with my siblings is not an easy feat. A total of 5 chidren under the age of 12 and 3 teenagers couped in the car for hours is enough to drive any adult mad. The kids almost nearly jumped out of the car and into the Hotel with the Reception very attractive and chique. The pool was big enough but its the rooms that were truly amazing. having a washing machine and a dryer is such a relief for big families travelling together and the dining table and kitchen facilities were great. All in all, it was a lovely stay, although we spent most of our time out on the South Sea Island Cruises and spent a day at the beautiful South Sea Island.

« Great Location close to Airport »

We stayed at the Hotel on our last day in Fiji, Wonderful Staff, right next to a supermarket and Takeaway and Bar. This area has quite a night life, opposite Ed's Bar a famous night club in Nadi. Rooms are great, we were given the family room, wonderful, spacy, had cooking stove, microwave. Fridge and freezer, washer and dryer, master bedroom. We had to get up pretty early with our 6.30am flight, assigned a wake up call, which went off right on scheduled confirmed at the desk. only negative comment I have for the hotel is the pool, water was cloudy and mucky. no night lights were available for pool. Also seems resides living behind the hotel used the hotel corridor as their walk away, show few people walking past the pool who definitely were not guest. Possibly the Hotel has private residents on rent under their property.

    « Worst Place Ever »

After our flight got cancelled, Virgin sent all 15 of us to the Hexagon in a taxi with no seatbelts and a pissed drive going over the speed limit. After carrying our heavy luggage after two flights of stairs, The room was the size of a school classroom and smelled like the inside of peoples bums. The main features were the piss in the freezer, toilet broken, gas main running through rooms, bed bugs, the hard lounge that made me itchy, the constant blackouts, the balcony with no railing above the green pool, the sink that leaked, bloodstains on the wall and under a bed. No one could sleep and after leaving, three of the kids couldnt stop vomiting, and our 5 year old child had a rash all over her body. I only gave this place a one star rating because i couldn't select anything less. This is all truthful and legit, without one lie, do NOT stay at here ever. The brochures and pictures are lies.

    4
« Home away from home »

Not the most plush but comfortable and close to all the amenities you would need. Main transit stop for many years now. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and quiter than the front rooms. Washing machine and dryer in the rooms are an added bonus for transit travellers.

« Very Friendly Hotel Staff »

This was an experience I will never forget. I booked in at the hotel on the 09th Sep 2015 and was supposed to fly out on the 11th to Kiribati but got sick (cardiac arrest) and admitted to Lautoka Hospital for 6 days after going through several clinics before my admission. The Hotel staff followed up with my possessions (wallet) left in another clinic and luggage and brought them to me at the hospital. They visited me and paid for my taxi prior to my hospitalization. Everyone wished me a speedy recovery and were glad to see me back again. They gave me an apartment during my recuperation and offered me discount. To them i was not just a guest but really went out of their way to make sure my health and welfare was taken care of. They treated me like a family member and by the way, I am from Papua New Guinea. Their humanitarian side was very touching and much appreciated. I am glad I stayed at that hotel when I got ill and it is now my home away from home. They try to know you personally and call you by name. Will highly recommend to anyone.

« Good for the price »

Stayed their for 11 days with a friend. We are travelling on a budget so it was good for us. Rooms were clean (sometimes the lights just turned off and then started working the next morning again and same with water which was quite annoying but alright.) airport transfer was free which was nice. Supermarket next door! Close to the port when you were off for a day trip! Cant really complain, friendly stuff and clean rooms!!

    « central to everything . »

After driving all the way from Raki Raki - i arrived at my previous hotel ( capricorn) in Nadi before 06 in the morning . They had no vacancy - but recommended Hexagon 100 m up the King street . Had to wait to 07 so the staff could check my room , and i was very happy to get in so early . Price was Fiji $ 85 a night .Breakfast not included . but i ordered ,nice small dishes whenever i felt like it - and the food was always good . They overhauled the air con - which worked fine as long as i was there . Wifi did not always work - and cards have to be bought in reception to get access . They also drove me to the airport for free , when i left after 3 nights . Will recommend.

    « Where do I even start »

Cost of room: $270 an apartment The apartment itself was cosy and compact, managed to get a room during the Nadi flood. The room had a pungent smell, the apartment had two bedrooms, a nice laundry area and cool kitchenette. So we settle in, and midnight a huge fight breaks out among a group of drunk locals, after several phone calls nothing was done except a security who spectated till the drunk men fell into the pool. No breakfast included for the $270, overall cleanliness very poor, service not really over the top, no water and electricity the next day because apparently they chose to cool the generator in the morning when people need these the most than at night.

    « Just great »

Best Hexagon Hotel is situated in a perfect place. It is very close to the airport, very closed to the beach ,villages ,Nadi center, shopes. It is a nice, quiet place and the staff is great. The staff is very friendly, very polite ,very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Most of the tours and activities we had ,were recomanded by them. We had the pleasure to meet the manager of this hotel ,a very pleasant lady who react very quily to our requests. We had a bootle of wine(beautiful wine)in the room for woman's day and my wife was really impressed. How great is that? The rooms are clean and provided with anything we needed. We are looking forward to came back there.

    « Shelter from a cyclone »

With cyclone Winston fast approaching and our ferry to our booked accommodation on another island suddenly cancelled, I managed to find an online room at the Hexagon. There was panic at reception as stranded tourists tried to find accommodation but the receptionist single handedly managed to keep calm. Our room was clean. comfortable and had all we thought we'd need for the three days until Winston passed. However he struck that night with full force but we were safe despite the power, internet and even water cutting out. We managed to survive with limited facilities, water and the generator constantly turning off but had no way of communicating with family and friends back in Australia. The staff were brilliant and worked tirelessly to clean up and repair the damage caused. The bar, restaurant and reception area became regularly flooded with the rain but again. the staff did their utmost to stay cheerful and keep the hotel functioning. Despite considerable damage to the shopping centre and businesses next door, the supermarket opened after two days with very limited stock and we found a wonderful little café to replenish the very limited menu at the Hexagon. Without a cyclone, and with power, water, TV and Wifi available this would be a comfortable stay for a few days. There are large family units also available with full equipment and a separate pool towards the back of the main hotel area.

    3
« Just okay. Rooms need some attention! Nothing like pictures. »

We stayed here a couple of days after Cyclone Winston. The lobby of the Hotel is nice. Because of the Cyclone the Electricity was out through out the city. The Hotel has a generator but informed us it would be off during the night and only on every other hour during the day. That was okay with us. But the room and bathroom was a little bit dirty. The bed was clean and we stayed the night. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food there was really good. There is a shopping center right next door with restaurants a movie theater and a grocery store. The hotel staff was great!

    2
« Ok to hunker down in for cyclone Winston. »

Hotel looked nothing like photos on website. Room was dirty and blankets filthy. Shower had not been cleaned. Spent night here in cyclone and watched trees smash against our window until tree was destroyed. Good solid building which needs a makeover.

« Not As Shown On Website »

I had booked for a deluxe room for $99 since I was looking forward to visiting Nadi. Upon reaching the hotel, we went to the reception area and the receptionist did not even greet us. She appeared to be unfriendly. We checked in and went to the room, upon which I found out that the room was nothing like what I saw on their site and booked. The room was small and dirty pillows and beddings with stains. We then decided to get a refund and head to Capricorn.

    2
« Terrible experience for one night. »

Paid top $$ for a Deluxe room which had the air condition half broken not in good working condition. The TV not working properly eg the channels won't work as expected. The room was crawling with cockroaches. The interior of the room needed some TLC (new fresh paint) new cupboards. The bathroom needed a fresh face lift. Very disappointing and uncomfortable for my first and only night spent here.. The staff at the reception looked very untidy and unfriendly. The only friendly staff I came across was the porter who took my bags the next morning I was checking out.

    « Not as expected »

Just recently stay there for transit 2 days in the hotel. The hotel not as nice as in the pictures and also room has weird jasmine like smells which is really annoying to me. Room look gloomy with not so comfy bad. The restaurant food price also overkill and no wifi available for guest and need to pay quite pricey but connection bellow expectation.

    « Just one night.. »

Perfect average hotel, just for a night, it's centrally located to the airport and Nadi Town, great access. I uasually stay one night here before I travelled to my destinations of choice if I had a early morning flight back or I arrived in the country late at night, perfect for a stopover.

    3
    « Nice budget hotel »

I attended a wedding at this hotel & the staff did a great job accommodating us all - we had a great night :) I did happen to stay the night here as I wanted to be closer to the airport. Its not a flash hotel the rooms are small & a bit dated, but they are clean & enough for anyone catching an early flight. It is quite a cheap hotel so you do get what you pay for in that way. I wouldn't recommend longer than a 1 night stay unless on a budget as it is not anywhere near the ocean if that is what you are looking for. Overall staff very nice & location good for airport access & local pubs/bars.

    2
    « Below Average »

This was the only accommodation available for 1 night. Reception area & Dining area decor needs updating (every colour is used and nothing matches). Bed was comfortable, room was dusty. This used to be a decent hotel but now is very distasteful.

    « friendly, convienient clean »

we have been staying at the hexagon since 2007, we are in fiji twice a year, and always choose the hexagon, we love the staff, from the front desk to the ladies who clean the rooms, to the maintenance men, they are all so lovely. yes, its not 5 star, but for value for money, we dont past the Hexagon Nadi.

    4
« Nice place for one night »

It is not far from the airport, therefore is a good option when you have to stay one night due to flight connections. Free shuttle from hotel to the airport is available. The breakfast is simple and restaurant is good.

    « Dec 15 review »

Stayed one night before going to my main hotel. The service is pleasant but the hotel's is maintenance is very poor. The rooms are old and the floor was a bit dirty The shower was somewhat clean but very old and there was no water pressure , to a point that my wife did not wash her hair that day. It really reminded me of Indian guest houses that you can find in the villages in India Anyway, Although the price is cheap ($61), I would suggest to add 20-30 $ and find a bit better hotel.

    5
    « Good Hotel »

Rated excellent but remember this is a middle of the road hotel.3 or 4 star rated. Given the price its very good indeed. Free shuttle bus to the close by airport. Rooms are not too large but have a fridge/TV /Ac.. Ample parking if like us you have a car but a short taxi ride or bus to downtown Nadi. Drawbacks: no room safe so safety deposit a bit of a hassle.Restaurant had friendly staff and good food but rather dreary and on the expensive side. Next door to the hotel is a mall with 6 restaurants and a large supermarket so no need to eat in.The hotel would do well to reduce its prices to compete. We had an early morning departure so had an extra night at a very reasonable rate offered by the kind receptionist. In fact that is why Ive rated excellent..All the staff without exception were friendly ,attentive and helpful making our short stay a real pleasure. Its not a place tostay in as a hotel but as a base or for a stay in transit you can't fault it.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Clean, tidy and cheap, highly recommend. Especially the front desk staff.... FANTASTIC! 3 pools, restaurant with good and cheap food. I am a vegetarian and they had options for me. The best part from me was not only the room, but more the friendly staff.

    5
    « Self catering apartment »

We stayed as a family with our 21 year old daughter in a two bedrooms apartment. Plenty of room with two bathrooms. Washing machine was a welcome addition, but having to use the dryer as no drying lines were available had to be limited to times when we were not in the apartment due to it making the apartment too hot. The kitchen was very basically equipped, but tea, coffee and creamer were replenished daily. The room was also serviced daily. Three pools at the hotel, so if one was busy you could visit one of the other pools. Very friendly, helpful staff.

« Okay, for one night... »

If you are looking for a cost effective place to stay overnight in Nadi while waiting for a flight or boat to one of the islands then this place is worth considering. If you are looking for a place to spend a few days as part of a holiday you may want to look elsewhere. We stayed one night in a deluxe room while waiting for a boat transfer to one of the islands. Starting with the not so good stuff. Its very tired. Our room was small and like most of the buildings in the complex had seen better days. Only one of the 3 pools looked inviting with one closed (permanently?) for repair and one too cloudy/dirty to contemplate swimming. The communal areas are dark and very dated. The Wi-Fi was not free and not working on the day we were there. It is a long way from a beach and located on the busy main road from the airport. However, it was cheap at less than AUD90, the deluxe room was clean and the bed small but comfortable. It is located right next to a cinema and a supermarket which was perfect for buying supplies before heading out to the islands. It is also close to a number of restaurant options (I can recommend the Japanese place Daikoku). Would I stay again? Don't know, but if I did I would try one of the self contained apartments as the apartment building looked newer and better maintained than the rest.

« Beautiful little hotel in the middle of the town »

Went there with my family and had a blast. Location is great because we were just walking distance from JetPoint (it's a shopping centre). We stayed in one of the apartment rooms because our family is quite large; and we were all quite impressed with the amenities provided in the room. They said they usually rent the room out to long-staying guests, but with us they made an exception (because we were on a budget). Washing machine and clothes dryer, cooking facilities, 2 bedrooms (one master)... the works! I would definitely suggest the apartment rooms to families and groups travelling on a budget... Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, not a bad place at all.

    3
    « Extremely average. »

There's nothing to write home for about this place. Very, very average. Pool was closed for maintenance, WIFI doesn't work in rooms, restaurant is over priced. I'm sure there are other options if you want a memorable stay in nadi.

    « 8 month stay in 2 bedroom apartment »

My family of 2 adults and 2 children have recently stayed in a top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self containe apartment for 8 months during a work trip to Fiji. We found the bedrooms to be very spacious, kitchen adequate but dated. Lounge area small. Had a nice spot over the pool and another vernadah to watch the planes go past. Cleaning staff were friendly but only did minimal clean once per week. Cost average. Felt safe and enjoyed the convenience of supermarket, movie theatre, night clubs and shops next door. close to transport

« A great place for family and long stays »

This is a great place for families and for long stays. It is great for functions and the location is very convenient with shops, a cinema and restaurants within walking distance. Also close to the airport. We have been staying here since 2007 and it has become our second home.

    « A Great Place to stay »

I stayed here back in July as I was visiting my Fiancé we were staying with his family and needed a short break was supposed to stay for a couple of days but we extended to a week and also came back a week later to stay another week before I had to fly back home. The property is centrally located a short walk to the shops and there's also a taxi and bus stop nearby. We stayed in a standard room for the first stay and a standard suite on our last stay. I would definitely recommend the suite as it was a lot roomier and came with a full kitchen. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be back. I can say that as we have booked our wedding reception in one of their function rooms for December.

« Good Budget Hotel Close To the Airport »

Our flight was delayed and so Fiji Airways put us up in This Best Western Hotel for one night. The Hexagon is in a conveniently location close to Nadi shopping and the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had aircon and fans. We saw two pools. The one we swam in didn't look sparkling clean like the resorts but we swam in it with no problems. I wouldn't recommend eating there as our food was cold and the beer was warm and there was a some confusion when trying to order a meal. Not bad for a budget motel.

A group of us wanted to celebrate our birthdays together and We were given a competitive accommodation package, affordable event catering and the venue was superb! Vinaka to the management and staff who were very professional! Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and very helpful and friendly staff! Thank you for making our 50th birthday celebrations an unforgettable one!

    « centrally located »

Three of us stayed overnight. Comfortable room with a double and two single beds. Flat screen tv with a good selection of channels. Coffee and tea and clean towels. The toilet and shower was clean with hot and cold and great water pressure. The only downside to this hotel would be its close proximity to a popular night club. Even though the music is not loud, in the late hours it can get a bit annoying as well as the drunkards outside. Any noise made outside in the halls can be heard in the room, and we had a fair bit of noise around 5am the next day. Check-in is easy and fast and staff are very friendly. Few minutes drive to the airport and many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

    « Cheap and Cheerful »

Good location, free parking, keenly priced rooms. Not a high end service by any means so do not come with that expectation. This place is cheap and cheerful place to stay but in my view, just use it as a place to crash. There are good restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket next door. This is not a destination but a good value stopover in my opinion. Some things about the place annoy me (mainly lack of service) but it is cost effective and well located so i will keep staying here again and again.

    « CLIENT SERVICE LACKING »

To be fair, the hotel is a good stopover enroute to your final destination, in case you are staying in one of the islands of Fiji. But this hotel seriously needs to improve its client service: 1. I had to wait 30 minutes before the driver picked me up at the airport despite having called two days before in order to coordinate pick-up. I ended up calling the hotel again at the airport and incur roaming charges for an overseas call when it could have been avoided. 2. The air-conditioning and tv remote do not work. I was able to turn on the tv manually but when I requested reception to have a look at the air-conditioning, they promised that they will send someone but obviously nobody came... good thing I was only staying for one (1) night and I was there at September when it was not that hot 3. The rest of my stay at Fiji was in one of the islands and I arranged for them to pick me up from the reception area of Best Western the following morning. I was rudely told by the receptionist to not wait at reception (even though I am a guest) and that I had to wait for my pick up at the bus stop outside of the hotel. I told them that the instructions given to me was to wait at reception but they insisted I wait at the bus stop instead. I requested reception to please instruct the driver to pass by the bus stop in case they drop by reception. And wouldn't you know, I was told by the driver that they did try to pick me up at reception (as per their instruction). So I just really do not understand why the receptionist at the hotel did not allow me (a guest) to wait at reception. So hopefully management address this issue so that the next hotel guests are not rudely treated by their reception staff.

« Great long term stay »

Hexagon is central to restaurants and the general hub of Martintar (nadi) so lots of places to visit and be entertained. The service is pleasant. I had room service on some occasions and though not luxurious it was healthy and filling. My apartment was cleaned each week and I felt very comfortable at the Hotel for several months whilst working at Fiji

    « Average but affordable »

Somewhat cheaper alternative to the Raffles or Tokatoka hotels. Rooms have seen better times but were clean. No conditioner or shampoo in the shower but got a bottle of shampoo handed over from the reception upon request. Restaurant doesn't look too flash so I did not try and went elsewhere. Next time I will choose alternative hotels within walking distance to the airport which takes out the hassle of securing a timely transfer.

    « Cheap & cheerful :) »

Didn't realise the place was a great location between town (by local bus), Denarau (by cab) & next door to restaurants & supermarket. Room was clean, TV didn't really work & the pools were awesome!! Was great to jump in after a hangover lol. Would highly recommend & will stay here again next time I'm in town ....vinaka :))

« Good for a night in Nadi »

Hi we stayed here as a group a few weeks back, while waiting to transfer to an island. Accommodation is simple and a little shabby but comfortable. The room was not ready at check in time which was a little frustrating and the airport transfer took a very long time to get to us. However its a great position and the staff are friendly and we would come back.

    « World class experience! »

This was the venue for the 9th Global Assembly for Ship of the world Youth Alumini members and I must say that the service provided was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and willing to help any of the 43 participants that were in need, this included changing rooms for those that want some peace and quiet, recommending and accompanying participants to shops, restaurants and nite clubs around the vicinity. The food was exceptional and I must thank the cooks for the sumptuous meals that were prepared. I must acknowledge the Manageress, Mary Ali, for being a wonderful host and ensuring our stay was a memorable one. To all the fron office and reception staff, a big vinaka vakalevu for your warm smiles, greetings that made our hectic day enjoyable and most of all for the Fijian hospitlaity. Kudos to you all! and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to stay in Nadi or host a function.
