Best Western Plus Moosomin Hotel

The room was clan and comfortable the breakfast and the take to go Service was a nice touch. The pool was clean. One of the best hotels to stay on after a long road trip. I tried another hotel in this town before and its more expensive hotel and it wasn't as good as this

A very clean hotel with friendly staff. We would stay here again and recommend it to others staying in Moosamin! We enjoyed the swimming pool. The free breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety including fresh fruit and baking.

Clean basic hotel. Great amenities including mouthwash and lotion. Close to a good restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic. So much choice. Everything you can imagine. All individually wrapped so very hygienic. Can't say enough about it. Overall though being in a remote place was a little expensive.

Our families had secured a block of rooms for a funeral service. From the initial phone call to do so right up until checkout, every staff member that we encountered was really friendly and courteous. They helped make a sad and somewhat stressful situation easier to handle. We occupied the meeting room for some "family time" and this accomodated us very well. The breakfast area was also kept open longer than the posted hours to help accommodate us. The manager (wish I caught her name) was present and very personable which obviously rubbed off on her staff's persona. Great hotel, amazing staff! Thank you!

The hotel was great, I found it a bit pricey for a 1 night stay but it was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection.It was close to a very good restaurant that you could walk too.

Breakfast was tasty. Hotel fairly clean. Compared to either hotel/motel beside this one. Probably best one in moosomin. Only downfall was train blasting their horn in the middle of the night. But that's not really the hotels fault, that would be a CN/CP Problem as I'm pretty sure that is not suppose to happen at night.

We have stayed here a number of times on our cross-country drives, both with and without our dog. Each time was a pleasant experience that we could count on, and our vehicle was parked in what seemed like a well-lit and safe parking lot.

BW Moosomin is fantastic. The whole staff is welcoming plus the rooms are always clean and inviting. I have a great stay every time I visit. Kudos to the entire team. They even have cereal in gumball machines!

First class hotel. Clean, up to date, comfortable. Great professional staff. Free Breakfast has a good selection and well laid out. Easy to see Management is taking steps to provide a high standard to customers.

Great Service. Great Breakfast and Staff very attentive to needs of their customer. Rewards Program is Excellent. Very easy to find as hotel is right off of #1 Highway. Red Barn Restaurant is right down the street less that three blocks.

Clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value. Comfortable bed. I onlly slept there and had breakfast. Did not use pool although I heard good things about it from other people who were there. No more to add but I have to use up 200 characters.

Very clean modern hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Has a nice pool and fitness room to help you relax after a long day of travel. The only negative thing I can say and it's very minor is there was only instant decals coffee in the breakfast room, but they did have instant coffee pods in the room

I was on a 14 day work related trip. I found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean as were all facilities. The breakfast was very good and certainly filling. I highly recommend the Moosomin Best Westrrn Plus, I'll definitely be back if and when the opportunity arises!

This hotel is exceptionally clean, well appointed and quiet, with plentiful parking, a great breakfast and pleasant professional staff. We stay here regularly when we travel across the country in the summer and we are never disappointed.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel, well located and convenient. The internet is robust and easily handled our three devices. The breakfast is good and well looked after by attentive staff. Overall very good value.

We stayed at the Best Western Moosomin from Aug. 21-22, 2022. We were a group of 8 family members travelling together for a road trip- this was our ninth consecutive night in a hotel and the only bad experience we had. When we arrived at the hotel we checked in and were given our room keys for the 2nd floor. We went up the elevator and as soon as the door opened to the 2nd floor we immediately knew something was wrong. The hallway was lined in both directions with dirty sheets, dirty towels, garbages etc. On the path to our room there was a used bar of soap. We proceeded to head right back down to talk to the front desk staff. The front desk staff alerted the cleaning staff on shift that we needed clean up on floor 2. The cleaning staff came and put everything scattered in the hallway into a large cart. We spoke to them directly and they informed us that they had been assigned to floor 3 and they assumed the floor 2 cleaners forgot to finish because they were already gone for the day. They did not vacuum or clean anything at this time- they just picked up the items that were all over the hallway. By this time we were very uneasy about staying in this hotel as the cleaning practices were severely lacking but we had been travelling for over 9 hours and we were tired so we decided to stay. 4 people from our group of 8 went to check out the hot tub/pool area. The hot tub was lined with sand and gravel. The next morning, one person on behalf of our group spoke to Cheryl, the hotel manager regarding our stay and our concerns. We then emailed with Cheryl several times regarding our stay. Cheryl offered us $20 off 1 out of 3 of our booked rooms. So that equals a $6.67 discount per room that we have to divide amongst ourselves. In our emails, I have asked Cheryl for the contact info for upper management several times which she refuses to give. I have now been left to find the hotel owner (Raj) and operations manager (Kyle) through LinkedIn so I will be contacting them directly through LinkedIn this week as Cheryl will not give me further contact info. Cheryl keeps repeating the same story back to me that the cleaning staff is on staggered shifts and that they were actively cleaning at the time of check in. That is not what we saw with our own eyes and we spoke to the cleaning staff still on shift directly when we checked in and that is not what they told us. However, even if your staff is on staggered shifts your hotel should be ready to receive guests at check in time. (We checked in 4 hours after check in time). Also, it doesn't not explain why all of these items were scattered on the floor- every other hotel I have ever stayed at puts these items into carts- not on the floor. Very disappointed in how the management at this hotel did not take our concerns seriously. She made excuses for the lack of cleanliness, tried to re-write the story of what actually happened, offered the equivalent to a $6.67 per room discount, and has now stated that she will not acknowledge my emails further. I have stayed at Best Westerns many times and I have never experienced this so I will continue to try and contact upper management despite Cheryl not providing contact info as requested.

The staff is warm and welcoming. Very accommodating and never hesitate to assist the guest. Room is clean - has decent wifi connection. The continental breakfast is phenomenal as well. Overall the hotel is one of the best by far!

I stay at a lot of BW premium and plus properties - Moosomin is above average both for the staff and room quality. Manager is extremely co-operative - everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection excellent

I will be stopping here everytime I need travel through the area now. There was extremely kind service. Continental breakfast had gluten free options. Rooms were clean and had a microwave, fridge, sink and counter space. It was a quite, friendly and safe place to stay.

The room was super clean and had everything you needed for your stay including a kitchenette with all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. They even had frozen dinners and snacks you could buy if you wanted something quick to eat.

I recommend this hotel for all of the right reasons (clean, well kept, friendly staff, great amenities) and have no issues with any aspects of my stay. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, the room was spotless and breakfast was hot!

FIrst off when arriving late in the evening, the front desk person was very friendly and personable. Same for the rest of the staff I spoke with - very friendly and welcoming. That makes a difference for me. The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel in Moosomin if you are looking for a place to stay.

They need to invest in better TV's at this place first room could hardly make out picture they give me another room which was ok but not great.Had a room on South side can clearly hear the train pass 4 times in the night.

Highly recommended when in Moosomin. Excellent front desk staff. Very helpful. Fast check-in and check-out. Excellent lady in the breakfast room as well. Omelettes weren't very hot but the coffee was.

Check in and check out was very smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. I was on the back side away from the highway and like other reviewers stated it was a lot quieter and I didn't hear the highway. I did, however, hear a lot of noise from the third floor and the hallway - lots of kids/girls giggling and chatting at 10:30pm, which I found quite annoying. I found the TV almost impossible to use and very confusing and just gave up - it would give me a white screen that I couldn't get out of but could hear whatever show was playing in the background. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly however so that's a plus. There was also a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room which was a big plus. The bed was very soft and comfortable with lots of pillows and the bathroom had a lot of toiletries provided which was nice. Overall I would stay here again.

From the front desk to the breakfast service, they made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Check-in/out process was a breeze. They live up to their name, best, in over-all value. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Great quality room, friendly and welcoming reception. This was a restful stay after another long day on the road travelling from New Brunswick. Despite Covid changes, the breakfast was tasy and more than adequate. We were even given a couple of little extras: chocolate milk bottles for us

One of the nicest combinations of hotel quality and staff that I've come across. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is excellent. Fortunately we booked ahead as the hotel is often sold out.

Canadian National Railway usually stay at best Western moosamin whenever they are working at the sylvite mines and it will be great if there is something available to eat 24/7 as we come in sometimes when everything around is closed

Stayed here for 2 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Rooms are spacious, clean & very comfortable. Breakfast experience was very good & COVID friendly! Only downside was the pool was closed. Would stay here again.

This hotel met our every need. It was beautiful, clean and beautifully decorated. Front desk staff was excellent and accommodating. Her welcome was so appreciated after many days on the road. The beds were so comfortable and luxurious.

We were so exhausted from a 14 hour car trip to leave Ontario and not get stuck in Manitoba, that this awesome hotel was a perfect little paradise to have a wonderful sleep. The staff were so compassionate upon our arrival, and the room was amazing.

I stay at this hotel 3 nights a week. Everytime they are friendly and helpful. As all trips are work related and I have no vehicle this location is located within walking distance of restaurants and a gas station.

With COVID I was hesitant about staying in the hotel. No such fears with this property. Excellent stay, super clean, clear covid guidelines. We were very pleased. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

In 2020, my family and I logged six hotel nights at this property. With Covid, we were not allowed to stay in Manitoba and if you did you were supposed to self isolate for 14 days. So having family in Ontario, we avoided Manitoba all together and drove straight through to Ontario or drove from Ontario to this Best Western. I really enjoyed this hotel, its only a few years old, but still smells new. The rooms are a bit bigger than average, it's quiet, nice kitchette, and nice bathroom and ample parking in the front and back for people towing trailers or boats. We were also travelling with a 15 year old cockatiel bird, and the hotel was pet friendly.. With Covid there was no buffet, but the staff would bring out what you wanted for breakfast in their eating area. There is a place where they sell pop and treats, if you don't want to go out. There are no restaurants immediately beside the hotel but there is a Red Barn (like Kelsey's/AppleBees) about a five-minute walk from the hotel and a Subway about 10 minute walk away. There is also a Co-op Gar Bar with a Tim Hortons about a five-minute drive away if you need your coffee fix. This hotel is comparable to any in a big city, and you wouldn't know you are in rural Saskatchewan till you looked out your window. With Covid, the pools and hot tub were closed. If you are travelling across Canada, I certainly recommend this Best Western for a good nights stay.

Booked this hotel on short notice for a business trip. Felt the price offered for the room on short notice (same day booking) was an excellent deal. Room was well equipt and average size. I had a king room which also had a couch. I really like this, as it was much better than sitting in bed or a crappy desk chair all evening, as some other hotels generally have. Not sure on the age of the hotel but it either relatively new or has been updated recently, everything was in excellent condition. They are currently offering the typical continental breakfast, however they serve you whatever you'd like. If I could offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be they could do a better job of sanitizing the tables in the breakfast area, as this didn't appear to be done after people were done eating. Also offering more space for people to have breakfast, as there were only 3 tables in the breakfast area and people were having to sit on the couches in the lobby area. Maybe they have a conference room that could be opened up? My only other suggestion would be the use of masks by guests in public areas (elevators and hallways), as its impossible to distance in these areas. Overall the stay was great though and I'd highly suggest this hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had an 11 hour drive to get to Moosamin from Thunder Bay and found a warm welcome at the front desk for the Jacuzzi room we had booked. We were helped with our local dinner choices and given a room on the ground floor which made for easy transport of all our gear using the cart provided. The Jacuzzi tub for two was located beside a very comfortable king bed with large wonderful pillows. We had a lovely soak which made up for the long day in the car. Only issue was not being able to get the jets to turn on but we felt relaxed anyway and had a good sleep. The hotel was spotless, quiet and had everything we needed! Will stay here again without question! Great work, Best Western Plus team!!

Good morning, I want to say what an amazing stay at the Best Western Hotel. I am impressed the pool area was clean and the hot tub was amazing. I had an excellent breakfast this morning and the kitchen staff were very helpful for my nieces and my nephews. My mom seemed to enjoy the food and same with my grandma. I was also impressed with the comfort of the rooms that we had reserved and the front staff was so helpful when I called to reserve. Such a welcoming environment. I just want to say thank you to the front staff for welcoming us into the hotel like it was our own home. I just want to say thank you for welcoming us in and will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both open to guests. Hot breakfast was served cafeteria style and was very good...most places just doing bagged breakfast so it was a nice change. You can open room windows for some fresh Sask. air.

We do a fair amount of traveling for Business and extended family all live East, we will always choose the Best Western Plus In Moosomin even if that means we travel and arrive early into the morning, the front desk service is exceptional every time! friendly,helpful and the because we are frequent travelers they will give us a great price match. I recommend moosomin Best Western plus to friends.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Restaurants within walking distance. Good hotel for the road weary traveler. In a good location just off the highway, but no road noise. Friendly front desk staff. Good value for the money.

I stay at Best Western Moosomin on a weekly basis and each stay has been fantastic. Friendly staff that make you feel like you are part of their family. I have never encountered a single problem with the hotel or any of the outstanding team members.

Hotel is pretty new, clean rooms and good breakfast. The only thing that kinda sucked was that there was no restaurants right close, but bps a couple blocks away. The staff at front desk were really good top deal with.

Quick check in, large spacious room, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! They even had nutella, almond milk and lots of fresh fruit, not just apples and oranges. Loved the fat little pork sausages too! What else can you ask for? Highly recommend!

First off this report doesn't deserve a one star. Also this report isn't about the best western as a company but about the management at this location. Everybody else was great. I was staying at the best western In Moosomin Saskatchewan for almost two weeks. In that time the manager Cheryl [--] phoned up to my room and rudely told me I was smoking in my room. When I told her I wasn't she insisted I was and that she could smell it. So I told her to come to my room and tell me if I was smoking. So then the manager came up to my room but she didn't even step foot in my door before she started apologizing and told me it must be coming from somewhere else. So I went downstairs to meet up with a couple people and seen her again. She apologized to me for the second time in front of the people I was with and said the smell came from a different floor then mine. I let that one slide and kept moving on with my day. But the main reason I will never be coming back to this hotel is because of what happened yesterday. when house keeping was cleaning rooms they asked me if I wanted to have my room cleaned. I politely told the girl I was good and didn't need the service. Then she told me it was company policy to change the bedding every 3 days. So I suggested that maybe they could wait until I'm away from the hotel. The woman never gave me an answer. So I went out to the smokers balcony. Then the manager Cheryl came out to the smokers balcony and rudely demanded that they change my sheets and when could she go in to do it. I said “preferably when I'm not in there” to which she responded “well your not in there right now”I told her “no but I'm just having a smoke and going back to the room and that I would like to clean up my personal belongings before someone goes into my room”. Then she told me it was her hotel and I was just a renter and she had the right to go into my room when ever she wanted and that I had one of two options either they go into my room that instant or I could check out. So I told her I would check out and she replied “ be out by 11”. I did check out before that time because that's not how you treat your long time customers and I will not be at a hotel where the manager tries to bully people who stay there. As I was checking out she said to me “so you're checking out then”. After being kicked out like that of course I'm checking out. Cheryl still went into my room after I told her no. Found out the 3 day policy has nothing to do with bedding but that's what Cheryl told me. She was not professional about anything both times she had talked to me. She was rudely demanding in both situations. She acted in a manner that was either her way or no way which is very unprofessional. Having that attitude toward customers who spend thousands of dollars a year in that hotel is unacceptable and should never be allowed in a work place. Especially when dealing with customer service. I recommend you stay at the either two hotels next to the best western if you want to enjoy your stay in Moosomin.

Was very impressed with how clean the hotel was and how nice and friendly the hotel staff were. My room was spotless when I checked in. The wifi in my room was very weak and my devices had a very weak signal... couldn't stream videos

Despite the fact a juvenile hockey team was staying here and we were surrounded by preteens, the room was not noisy. The room was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. TV reception was good. The internet was fast. Breakfast was adequate with regular oatmeal, waffles, eggs and sausages.

This hotel in Moosomin is very nice. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hot breakfast is pretty standard but still nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to dining options and easy access from the highway.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! the manager Cheryl McEwen displayed one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever seen. I came to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday over the weekend who was staying at this hotel for work. He was a frequent customer at this best western but after what happened yesterday he will never be giving them his business again. as we left the room yesterday the maid asked if we wanted the bedding changed. we politely declined because we had our personal belonging out in the open and the sheets were not dirty. we then went out to the smoking balcony where the manager found us and demanded they change the sheet. she said it is our policy to change them every 3 days and when would be a good time to go in. my boyfriend said "preferably when he is not in the room" which she responded "well your not in there right now" he said "yes but im going back right away im just having a smoke." she then said "well the girls are in the hallways right now and this is MY hotel and you are a renter I have the right to enter your room when ever i please" he then said "no again my personal belongings are in there and i dont want anyone in there right now and the last time they went in there they didnt even change the sheets just took some garbage so how is it your 3 day policy" she then proceeded to tell him "if he didnt like it he could just check out." so he told her he would. to which she replied "fine be out by 11". this was the worst experience I have ever seen with in the customer service field she was rude and ignorant, she didnt even ask if there was a certain time that would work best just demanded entry. she was hostile from the moment she stepped on the balcony, she didnt even give him the opportunity to speak long enough to tell her a good time to come back or to ask about the policy since this was the first time he had heard of it. especially since the last time they went in to clean his room they didnt change the sheets. He works out of town very frequently and normally doesnt get regular maid service because he stays for so long he doesnt like wasting their time, or resources. He just tries to keep to himself and not be a bother so for her to be so disrespectful and arrogant to him is baffling. She should not be working in the hotel industry, she is not management material if she treats customers who spend thousands of dollars in that hotel this way. I hope people choose to stay some where else. Ps. the wonderful lady at the canalta hotel right beside the best western was very accommodating and kind to his situation. I recommend staying there instead if you like to be treated like a human not a piece of garbage!!

Great rooms, awesome breakfast many options for different dietery needs. Staff is friendly and polite. Just small issue checking out but was fixed shortly later. Will be staying again when in the area.

We were travelling from Saskatoon to Winnipeg for thanksgiving and were stuck in Moosomin due to highway closures. The staff were so helpful and kind in making sure we had a place to stay until we were able to leave. They really made our stressful travels a lot easier. We really appreciated all of the staff as they were all so kind and thoughtful! thanks!!

We were quite happy with our stay. Room was great and staff were most accommodating. Breakfast was good! We thought our stay offered good value! We really enjoyed the exercise facility and all the machines were clean and in excellent working order!

Always a good stay here at this location . Right off the highway , nice clean and comfy rooms , staff friendly , good breakfast and restaurants nearby plus fast food . Best thing is the hotel is quiet for a good nights sleep .

Inclement weather closed in upon us and we chose Best Western. Worked out well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating The hot breakfast selections were very good and tasty. Room was neat and clean.

No wonder this hotel is #1 in the whole town -- thanks to exceptional employees like Patty (you will love her breakfast served like you're back at home!) and Corinna at the Front Desk. Not to mention every single other staffer you come across, they are all friendly and professional. The indoor pool/jacuzzi is waiting for a part, but what a great setup, with chairs and towels. The fitness room has 2 leg machines, a Universal, free weights and a bottled water dispenser (also one in the pool area). Windows are screened and bring in a wonderful breeze at night. We had the kitchenette and while tiny, it's all there for your enjoyment. The King bed was divine, as was the bath tub. Good show all around, GM Cheryl!

very enjoyable and keep returning, easily seen and outside of building is eye catching, rooms are delightful not small and crammed, the tv is of good size and there is a great supply of items in the rooms

Very pleased with the service, amenities, location, rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast included in the price was better than your normal continental breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

check in was a breeze, very friendly staff rooms were large, clean and quiet low bath tub, made it easy to get into breakfast was large and hot, with lots of choice, eggs meat, waffles the breakfast room was a little small, if we would have come at a busy time

Excellent breakfast over and above standard fare. Four big fluffy pillows for king room. Large bathroom but only two bath towels and no bath mat. Red Barn restaurant close by. Good menu but very slow service.

Pretty much a new hotel, very clean and excellent staff Very friendly easy access, close to a variety of eating places. The breakfast was tasty, but not overly warm. I put mine in the microwave for a few seconds to warm the egg and potatoes up.

The staff is excellent; they are very accommodating. They helped us with a problem we encountered. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. Lots of room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.There are good restaurants within walking distance. A good spot to stop between Regina and Winnipeg!

They have a great staff. Rooms were very clean. Close to restraunts whichwere also very good. Very quiet area. We are planning the same stop next year as they have good courses around. The hotel is very easy to get in and out

I had my crew working just inside of Manitoba and the Best Western in Moosomin was the best hotel within an hour of location so that were I booked my room. I am never disappointed when I stay at a Best Western, and once again I was not disappointed. They are located right off Hwy #1 right next to the Canalta, the Motel 6, an A&W, and the best restaurant in the country the RedBarn. Lots of parking and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful.... not a surprise at all, Best Western is always consistently amazing. The room was just as I expected, very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed and pillows are the best you can ask for. The only complaint I can think of is the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers were either empty of didn't work very well. I didn't pack any because I was stay at the Best Western and I always count them to have everything I need. If that's the only issue then life is good. This is the best place for a couple hours in either direction. I slept like a baby, was as comfortable as I could be, and you can be too. The Best Western is always one of the first places I try to get a room wherever I need to get a good rest. I would also suggest that you get on the reward program, it pays to stay... try it for yourself

I had a wonderful stay this past week. The staff were so helpful when my nephew got locked out of his room. Very cheerful and obliging. Excellent wifi. The breakfast was good, especially the make-your-own waffle station. And I really appreciated that it was available until 10am. I am not a morning person.

On business trip to Moosomin area, this is excellent choice in the area with clean rooms & good breakfast. Easy to access from highway 1. Only down side is closeness to railway track (i guess same for all hotels in the area).

Great breakfast and friendly service by all. Room decor very nice. Stayed 3 nights and was minimal daily cleaning. Towels replaced and beds made but bathroom not cleaned, bathroom amenities not replaced and room not vacuumed.

Our family had the best experience ever at this hotel. The pool was small but warm (not too deep which suited our young children), and not busy. Hot tub was a dream! Rooms lovely and clean - everything new And the breakfast!.... Egg and sausage, ham, hash browns, (or omelette wraps the next day) fruit cups, yogurt, waffles with strawberry compote, syrup, whipped cream and Nutella, etc etc We had a great holiday weekend!

We stayed here with a hockey team, everyone was happy with the rooms. The price does seem a little high compared to larger centers such as Winnipeg. Rooms were clean, and comfortable, staff was friendly.

We were on our way to Regina last week when the weather turned bad. We decided to stay the night in Moosomin. I was given a good rate because I am a Best Western card carrier. The room was lovely. King size bed with crisp bed linens. There is a fitness center along with a pool and hot tub. I enjoyed the hot tub with no one else around. Breakfast was adequate. The eggs were done perfectly. Yogurt and good coffee rounded things out. The evening before, we were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for our supper. The hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would stay there in a minute.

Great sleep! Rooms were clean , staff was friendly, check in and out was easy!Only issue witch I'm finding it common in all hotels is the lack of water pressure in the shower.Was happy they had places to plug in my vehicle it was a cold -30 night.Will definitely stay here again.

While travelling to Regina we hit bad weather and the staff here went out of there way to cancel our reservation in Regina and book us in here. We got the same rate and the staff were so friendly. Great breakfast too!

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus in Moosomin late Oct/18 while attending a weekend quilt retreat. The bed and pillow were so comfy I had a hard time getting up when the alarm went off. The room was beautifully decorated and very quiet. I couldn't hear people passing by in the hallway. The bedding and towels were very good quality which added to the feeling of luxury. The breakfast provided a great start to the day. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel rate was high compared to what I normally pay in other locations for similar lodging. I wish I had had more time to spend in my room and enjoy it. This hotel will likely be my first choice whenever I need to stay in Moosomin.

spent a night recently at this hotel while working in the area. The hotel is easily accessible from the TCH. It's a newer hotel so modern and well kept. Check-in was quick with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and provided a great sleep after a long trip. Would definitely stay there again!!!

I had the opportunity to stay in Moosomin for business so I decided to stay in this Hotel and it turned out to be a vry pleasant experience. It was within walking distance to good eating establishments so once parked you don't have to move your vehicle. I will definitely give first priority at staying there again whether for business or pleasure if I am in Moosomin.

We have stayed here twice and find the hotel to be prolly the best of the 3 new hotels . The Staff is Friendly and care about your stay making this a positive note . Rooms are awesome and a great night sleep in the comfy beds . Breakfast is good all around and there is restaurants within walking distance . You can't go wrong staying here !!

I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Moosomin for three nights this past weekend; it is definitely not the Best Western experience that I'm used to. Although the front desk staff are very nice and the hotel itself has a nice layout, the hotel is missing some aspects of a clean environment. When I came off of the elevator this past Saturday upon my arrival from my days work, I noticed an empty bucket of KFC sitting on a small table next to the housekeeping door near the elevator - this same bucket was still there on Sunday when I got off of the elevator from my days work, in addition to some pizza boxes and a bag of garbage that was sprawled on the floor. In addition to the garbage left in this alcove, there were a pile of dirty towels on the floor - what a disgusting mess to look at. If it wasn't the cleaning staff that placed this mess there, somebody else from the Best Western staff surely had seen this and should have had it cleaned up. On my last night at the hotel, I noticed a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway on the third floor; the hose was laying on the floor in the middle of the hallway and was creating a tripping hazard; I spoke to my co-worker who has been at the hotel for quite some time now, and he mentioned that he has seen that vacuum cleaner sitting there when he gets in from a days work and it's still there the next morning when he leaves for work - it's just like the cleaning staff had ended their day of cleaning and then left the vacuum in the hallway rather than putting it away. My room also smelled terrible as well as the hallway towards my room (my bathroom had a very terrible smell in it the entire three nights I stayed); it's hard to explain what the smell was, but it was awful. These issues really had me wondering if I was really staying at a Best Western chain or was I in a non-chain type of hotel. On a brighter note, the room had a very comfortable mattress, and the bathroom was very brightly lit.

We travel to Moosomin every few months to visit family. We have stayed at each of the new hotels in this large town. I find it to be my favourite of the three. Yes it is a little more expensive but it's combination of room quality, complimentary breakfast,and amenities make it the best choice in my opinion.

I was on my way to the east coast and decided to stay here. The hotel was beautiful staff was nice. But i had a reaction to some perfume or some kind of scent that had a great staying power to the point where my nose began to run. It hung in the room and i had no choice but to leave. The other hotels in the town were full and the next hotel was over 2 hrs away. It was late and I was too tired. I enquired about staying in my vehicle in the parking lot. They said yes as they too thought travelling late at night wasn't a good idea. They told me that i could come into the hotel during the night for any thing i might need. Staff was understanding and they also refunded my $. If you need a place to stay. Inspite of what happened to me it is still a nice place to stay.

Do stay here! Had a camper incident so had to hotel it.... friendly staff no probs checking in or out. Hotel room was very nice. Had a king bed with a nice bar area with cupboards fridge microwave coffee maker and sink with granite counters .. was super clean. Bathroom was super clean n very nicely decorated and the whole place had high ceilings. Pool was very warm and hot tub area was clean with tables n lounge chairs. Free breakfast was the usual and good. Clean as well. The only thing was you can hear the trains so always carry earplugs and your good!!! Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Happy travels ??????

Perfect place to stay - clean, comfortable, reasonable rates, near TransCanada highway. Friendly staff. Hotel looks brand new. Near the Manitoba border. Easy access. Places nearby to eat our evening meal.

If you're traveling across the country, this is a great location - right on the highway, close to gas and coffee. This hotel seems very new. Our room was nice - firm bed, clean linens, spotless. Check-in was efficient. We had an absolutely amazing dinner just down the road at the Red Barn. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Again, spotless. We were lucky - we had the entire place to ourselves. The pool is really nice and warm. Lots of clean towels and loungers around the perimeter of the pool. I also appreciated the water cooler in the pool area. It was nice that the complimentary breakfast lounge opens up at 6 - really nice for earlybirds like us that like to get back onto the road.

We stayed here one night on our way to Winnipeg. They treated us very good love it. Quiet great room. Pool was fantastic and warm. I actually got to swim in it as colder pools are not good for my neuropathy of feet and hands. Highly recommend staying here and we definitely will stay here again.

I stayed in this location for work and the hotel is just what you would expect from a Best Western. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean. The WiFi was average and I didn't get a chance to use the amenities. The location is fantastic and convenient and I will definitely stay in this property again in the future.

When we arrive the lady greeted us with a warm smile and took very little time to check us in. The room was a good size and clean, bed was comfortable, internet was very good. We stayed for the breakfast, many hot and cold items. Not far from the highway. Really enjoyed this hotel.

This was my second stay here and was going to be two to three nights but after kids banging, running and being noisy until midnight I didn't sleep until after 1am. My final straw was breakfast the next morning when all these tween kids baseball teams were taking over the room but parents didn't get them to behave. Next was a woman standing in rear hall with her big red dog... blocking the door as I was going outside. I had to step OVER THE DOG. As I came back in this, time I said please move your dog... it should be outside and not inside... she got offended and said it's her family!??? Ok you had a dog... anyway that was it. I HATE hotels allowing pets... or at least there aught to be PET ROOMS like the old days when smoking was allowed. I want a PET FREE ROOM. I want a choice. So I left early, drive 1.5 hours west to a BWPlus that has a NO PET policy and has security walking the halls on weekends keeping it quiet. As for this hotel... until they have NO PET ROOMS i most likely will pass.

Brand new facility, so very little landscaping outside building. Inside was spotless. Pool and hot tub were a welcome addition. Breakfast was very good. All around good value for your money. Always happy with BW

The hotel is fairly new. The rooms are spacious and the staff quite friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped. I've attached photos so you can see what equipment it has. The bathrooms are also very spacious and well vented (something I don't find often in the chain hotels).

We found the management to be so helpful and friendly going above and beyond their responsibilities to provide us with a memorable stay! Our room was immaculate with every convenience available to us. Our bed was so comfortable that we were totally refreshed and ready for a wonderful continental breakfast to start our day!

Had to stay 2 nights Fri/Sat in April no reservation made but hey were able to accommodate me no problem. Very friendly staff, welcoming and offering suggestions for dinner. Room was great as always, comfy beds, nice showers, good fridge.

Fairly new hotel so not much to be concerned about with regards to outdated rooms. Rooms are equipped with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker, fridge, microwave and kitchenette sink. Bathrooms are roomy with a nice décor. High ceilings in the room make it feel roomy. Overall a they offer a fair Corporate rate for what you're getting. Breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed at the Moosomin Hotel several times for work related business. the location is excellent--right off the TransCanada. The rooms are good size and well equipped. They have extensive breakfast options. But it is the staff who make it such a good place to stay. They go the extra mile, are friendly and engaging during all of my visits. I would highly recommend this Hotel for those needing a place to stay in the area,.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was great having a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. The included breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area had a hot tub and was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Moosomin.

I have reviewed this hotel in the past and been very complementary about it. I wanted to expand on why. I'm in Moosomin every two weeks and stay overnight. There is a a lot of choice for hotels here. However I still feel that the BW Moosomin gives excellent value for money. I spend a lot of time on the road and always enjoy arriving here. The staff on the front desk, Rola in particular, are always welcoming and efficient and Maria, the lady that runs the kitchen, always has a smile as well as fresh baked cookies! I particularly appreciate the gym. Very high quality treadmill AND they keep the temp cool in there! The GM is an athlete and it shows. BW Moosomin is a great representative of the BW chain. Mark.

Check-in was quick. Room was clean. Pool water was very warm and comfortable to be in. The included continental breakfast was not great. The hot food (hash browns, eggs, bacon) was not good and may have come from the freezer. Waffles were good though and there were breads to choose to toast, and cereals too. Overall, fine place with friendly staff that keep the place neat and tidy.

Experienced another good stay, didn't have an overnight bag so staff had toothbrush and toothpaste at desk!! Also no phone charger and they leant me one!! Great service and experience! Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Beautiful hotel on all fronts other than I and my friends cannot stay there when driving my electric car as we have to stay on the towns before or after to get a charge up. Staff is very kind and hospitable!

This hotel has a staff that does not care about you or your stay and will literally tell you that if you do not like it go elsewhere.

I use hotels frequently - and have stayed in other places in this area before. I heard good reviews about the Best Western in Moosomin and it did not disappoint. The place was well cared for, the staff were attentive, well groomed and helpful. An excellent price and the room was exceptional. I will use this hotel again in the future.

Room check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was perfect for being included in price. hot food, decent coffee *( I like it stronger), great juice. Pillow are really large and put your neck on a weird angle... you may want to bring your own. beds are decent. Whole place is new, clean and well looked after.

The hotel appeared brand new. The inside of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and professional. The fitness room was well stocked with weights. I was impressed and would stay here again.

We found this hotel to be very comfortable and clean with the most comfortable beds of any hotels we stayed in over the previous 2 week period when travelling. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The breakfast was above average as compared to most hotels and Maria, the employee working the breakfast area was the nicest, most friendly and attentive person. She had baked fresh muffins and insisted we take one with us for a snack while travelling, wrapping it up for us. Very appreciative of her generous personality.

We stayed here for a few days during a softball tournament. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast area was kept clean and the food was fresh. The internet was excellent - I was able to get lots of work done with no fuss. There is no question I would stay there again. We received excellent value at this hotel.

We have stayed here before and have been impressed by the welcome, the bright, clean atmosphere and that this Best Western is pet friendly. We always travel with our two small dogs who are like our children and we appreciate the kind treatment they received and the quality and cleanliness of the pet friendly room.

We were pleasantly welcomed as soon as we walked in the lobby. The hotel is right off the highway. The rooms are spacious with mini kitchenette. Pool and hot tub for relaxing and a nice fitness center. The hotel offers free breakfast. Business center if needed. Also, a pet friendly hotel.

The staff was super helpful in getting us a great room. I think she saw just how tired I was and that I just needed a room for my family so that we could get home. She even gave us a main floor room so that it was easier to get to the pool. The room was SUPER clean. We had the pool to ourselves and the water was so very warm! Kids loved it!! Breakfast area was really nice and the lady running it was super friendly and so understanding of our kids.

Two night business stay - quiet, clean, and an excellent breakfast. The lady attending to the breakfast was very memorable - she made the morning breakfast time very enjoyable and made sure to follow up with everyone in the room to ensure they were getting what they needed.

Phoned hotel directly for a reservation as we travelled with a dog. Better rate than on Expedia etc. Very comfortable king size bed, nice decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was good.

Very clean with comfortable beds, great staff, very good at their jobs. Easy to find, right off of the high-way with a couple of food places close by. Free breakfast that is quite good. This hotel is like new.

We stayed here on our way to Winnipeg. It's very clean and good service but the bathtub was extremely slippery. We told them about that last year nothing done about it. Worried I would slip in it taking shower. The hot tub wasn't hot water colder than pool which was wonderful. The receptionist Rola was great loved her friendliness. Hard to reach towels from tub without actually getting out of tub. Still no big sign on their property saying they are there yet the two hotels beside best western had big signs. The hotel manager was very nice apologized for the extremely loud people at two in morning waking people up on first floor. Not good when everyone is traveling and trying to sleep. If they were to fix the problems we would stay there again but not until they do.

The room had a cleaning sink (as well as one in the bathroom of course) which a big area to prep food. This was great for me because I was there for a long time. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel- couldn't believe all the options! Definitely more than the usual best western. The breakfast staff also came around with wrapped cookies for no children and was checking on us like a restaurant. The only downside was the pool was very small and the hot tub wasn't working while we were there.

I always stay here when traveling through Saskatchewan. The rooms are quiet and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling!

Stopping in Moosomin is a perfect stopover between Winnipeg and Medicine Hat. The staff were very inviting and eager to please. The complete breakfast, the next morning was a perfect way to start our day of travel.

This is my FAVORITE BW so far on this Canada trip... and ive been in 5 so far. The hotel is bee so everything is great. The staff is friendky and the breakfast is betyer than ALL the others around... as a traveling Texan i lived to see the breakfast burritos..... big plus for me. The town also makes this a greay stay. Beautiful lityle town with friendly country folk...like back home and a great restaurant just next door called the Red Barn... not to take away from all the fast food joints like A&W, Tim Hortons, KFC... Great hotel that i wish i was in now....

The best of a limited range of hotels on the highway. Cleanliness has dropped off since they first opened, but it's quiet. Lots of parking. Wifi works well. Gym is clean and has lots of options for a hotel. Close to the highway, so it's easy to get back on the road.

We just stayed at the Best Western Plus in Moosomin, Saskatchewan and all I can say is WOW! Firstly - the room. The room was beautiful - pristine, clean, roomy and stylish. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The bathroom was roomy and clearly brand new in every way. Secondly - the breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was too top-notch with hot and cold offerings. They had omelette wraps, waffles, cereals, bagels, hashbrowns, fruit cups and more. More selection than I've seen before at a complimentary breakfast! Lastly - the staff. All of the staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly. The front desk staff were ever so accommodating, the breakfast attendant was thoroughly friendly and positive and the housekeeper was fabulous. I can't say enough other than to say...stay here! :)

Very convenient location, close to the highway. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I feel the most important thing about a motel is getting a good rest and the Moosomin Best Western Plus gave me that. I have stayed at the Moosomin Best Western Plus a few times and always enjoyed! Travelling east and pulled over in Moosomin. Three new hotels together and since we had stayed in Best Westerns before decided to try this one. Very pleasant lady at check-in and check out. The breakfast nook lady as extremely pleasant and cheerful. Very good to see workers who are happy and friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. I would definately stay again. Price was a little higher than what we normally have paid but being a new hotel it was worth it. Room was very nice. The only draw back in the room was the tv. TV signal was sporadic and picture quality was fuzzy.

For lack of time, I will be brief. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our night stay memorable. We had some difficulty with our booking from a travel site and the young women at the counter just took care of things. gave us our room and allowed us to get some rest. In the meantime, the staff was working behind the scenes to quietly be our heroes so that in the morning everything was cared for. When you are crossing the country every opportunity to have stress relieved is a good thing. As well, the room was super comfortable and immaculately clean! We Love BW Moosomin! Thank you to all the staff for caring about your customers!

everything was great but forgot my pillow and bathing suit and never got contacted. that is the only issue I had other wise it was excellent. it was also very quiet and had snack machines and menus you can order from.

Very professional and friendly staff. Very warm reception when arriving. Rooms were nice and clean. Good selection at the breakfast bar to get you started in the morning. Well done! If you're just passing through or require a lengthier stay I would definitely consider this hotel.

We stopped in at the Best Western Moosomin on our drive home from Alberta. We arrived late. The check in was quick and we settled into our room. It was a very nice room. At breakfast we chatted with Tina, who was in charge of the breakfast nook. She was a delight to talk with. After breakfast we enjoyed the pool area. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves and we had so much fun playing in the warmer than average pool! This was a great stop over! We will stay here again on our travels through Canada!

We just needed to stop over along the way and were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Best Western. We rested out well and were happy to go on our way towards Edmonton. We can recommend Best Western Moosomin to any traveler across the Prairies.

Great hotel and staff, great breakfast. In town for a funeral and the hotel experience helped make the stay more pleasant. Also had other family from out of town staying here too and we were able to visit and talk over breakfast with no rush from the staff. The front counter person that checked us in and out was great a very pleasant and helpful lady,

I stayed there recently with my dog. The room was quiet, clean and dog friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too. I'd stay there again. Oh and they gave the dog a cookie with her poop bag. Good value

The hotel is beautiful and the décor is stunning. You would not expect to see this in a Best Western in Moosomin, Saskatchewan, at least we didn't. The bedding is so nice; extra large pillows and beautiful sheets, duvet, and bed coverings. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding as was the service provided by all the staff that we had interaction with. I would give this hotel a 12 out of 10!!

Newer hotel, a few years old. Comfortable, clean, good parking, and close to great food. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good space in room. Made a few special requests on reservation and they were met. Quiet hotel. Good parking for big rigs in back lot. Breakfast had yogurt, fruit, cereal, omlettes, waffles, sausage, juice and regular & decaf coffee. Need fresher cut up fruit in fridge. Friendly, professional staff on desk. Good wifi. Regular stop for us here or the Canalta depending on price.

I only stayed for one night in moosemin but my experience was great. Service was great and staff was friendly and provided a great atmosphere. The complimentary tooth paste and tooth brush was great as I brought no toiletries with me. I look forward to my next stay

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay upon returning from a business trip. It was in a word, outstanding. The hotel is right off Highway 16. It has ample parking, and is exceptionally clean, both parking lot and building exterior. The desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The room was immaculate, and all the amenities worked 100%. The room was very well equipped with electrical outlets, and the Internet was blazing fast. My stay was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay there again. You will most definitely enjoy it!!

Service was great from arrival until departure. I've stayed here multiple times, and am always greeted on a first name basis. Very friendly, and all personnel go out of their way to help. Room was great and the upgraded room was a bonus. I've stayed in other hotels in the area before, but this is by far the best.

We stopped here on our way home from the Rockies. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Jocelyn at the front desk, was fantastic. Very helpful and so pleasant to talk to, great lady and super friendly. Tina at the breakfast bar was incredible, one of the nicest people I've ever met. The rooms were spotless and a good size. Bathroom was spacious and very modern. Pool area was very nice and well kept. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices and very tasty. If your travelling on the Trans Canada highway, make sure you stop here, you will not be disappointed.

We were road weary upon arrival and the staff made sure that every detail was taken care of, including fresh baked cookies. The room was spotless, and beautiful with extra high ceilings and gorgeous counters. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Outstanding service from Tina at breakfast. This was my first time staying at this Best Western, and it will definitely not be my last. The Management and staff were great, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My room was very clean and I loved that it had a kitchenette It is quite new, its clean and impressive looking. The pool and workout centers are very nice and clean. The room was in great shape and spacious. It was one of my best stays I have had recently at any hotel. The Free hot breakfast was very tasty and fresh!! Thanks for the great stay!!

This place is the biggest joke of a hotel we have ever stayed at! We arrived around 11:30pm and all was good until about 12:30 when we were woken up by people yelling in the hallways. Assuming it was people just getting in from being out for supper or something we ignored it and went back to sleep. At 1:30 we were again woken up by what sounded like noises from a pool but that didn't make any sense as typical hotels have strict rules and regulations for quiet hours....not here! When I called the front desk to see what was going on he said that some guests had permission from the person who was working on the shift prior to his that they could go in the pool and he would shut the door...ok. A short time later we are woken up again (I don't even know if I fell asleep) by the same guests Intoxicated in the pool. The front desk agent told me that the permission was given to them to have the pool, apparently for however long they wanted I guess and at the cost of waking other guests. This song and dance went on until 4:30 with threats to call the RCMP and frankly I wish I had of but was trying to give the kid a chance to save his job. We complained so many times and being someone from the helping profession I tried to help. At one point the agent asked if I would go ask the other guests to get out of the pool and from then on I felt like this was a losing battle and I would not be sleeping. You probably shouldn't be left alone if you are incapable of handling guests and asking other PAYING guests to take care of situations. At one point we were again disturbed as this group of 4 people decided to eat after they were done in the pool at 5am...you get hungry after swimming right? And again there was nothing he could do about it because he had to make breakfast for the next morning. In the end it could have been a very bad situation if myself and my husband were we not reasonable people. We were face to face with these guests That were intoxicated by who knows what and could have been very dangerous. I felt like I worked a night shift...no joke! We have stayed at many hotels and most of them Best Westerns and hold Diamond member status (and apparently that means nothing at this hotel). In the past year we have been across Canada 6 times and this was by far the most hideous excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. At 4:30 in the morning the attendant said he would comp our room but when you are traveling across the country usually you have a timeline and a itinerary to follow. This was our first night and let's just say it set the pace for a very tired day the next day and we had to get additional hotels so we could actually sleep and keep everyone safe on the roads. Once getting home I emailed the hotel manager and she said on our way back through she would like to try to make things right and ensure we had a pleasant stay at their hotel...being the people we are and trying to give them a second chance we called on our way back and she said she would give us a discounted rate of $109 plus a $20 dollar pet fee for our 10lb non shedding dog. The pet fee I understand but to book on Expedia it was $119 so a discount of 10% is not my idea of making things right but proved yet again what we already learned the first time we attempted to sleep at this hotel. I have worked in customer service for many years and this whole ordeal was a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and keep driving!

Right from my late check-in to my late checkout, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The internet connection was fast with absolutely no problem. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice hotel, quite new with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet, with lots of hot and cold items. Our room had a king bed, refrigerator, microwave and small sink, also sofa bed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, complimentary fresh cookies or pastries on the counter every day. Convenient location just off the Trans Canada Highway, no restaurant on site, but within walking distance of The Red Barn, which is a very good restaurant with attached lounge, Dano's. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a 1 year old hotel that is new and very clean. The swimming pool is a perfect temperature for a swim after a long drive. The staff is very friendly! Breakfast is great. There are 3 hotels in a row off Trans Canada 1. I highly recommend this one. Easy walking distance to a restaurant.

The new property was WAY more than we expected for Moosimin, Sk or Best Western. Room are large, beds very comfortable. Small sink and counter made for some appreciated space. We were travelling w large dog which provide lots of room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice way to end our day.

Very nice hotel with lovely décor and modern rooms. Bed was really comfy and the room was quiet so that you couldn't hear the traffic which was light. The internet was fast and the staff really nice and asked you how things were. I slept in so that by the time I came down for breakfast, we were practically the only ones in the hotel. The breakfast had some tasty items but the ones I chose were cool...probably should have warmed them in the microwave. All in all, a very enjoyable experience

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff was excellent. Very friendly. The bed and room were amazing. The breakfast was great. There was so many things to choose from. It was easy on and easy off of the highyway. Would stay there again!

Hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are a good size, great beds, good wide TV, WI-FI included. Nice bathroom with good shower. Enjoyed a restful sleep. Breakfast is provided nothing too fancy but not bad. Close to the highway and railway but could not hear. No party idiots who disrespect hotels and their guests. Did not check out pool or workout area. I was in need of sleep and got it!

Excellent facility. Easy access to and from TransCanada highway. Both fast food and full service restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel includes gluten free items available upon asking.

Glad this wasn't our first stay with a Best Western hotel. The hot tub was not working neither was the WiFi Pool had a lot of chlorine Nice new stylish rooms and very friendly staff BUT the billing errors at check out took more than a week to fix, and they never noticed that it was in error.

We stayed Saturday June 11th in Moosomin. Its a very nice place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Employees are very friendly. Very helpful. We definitely will stay here again the next time we pass that way. Plus the swimming pool gaa warm wonderful water. Loved swimming in it. Very tasty food next morning for breakfast. All in all I highly recommend people to stop here for a stay. The only down side is there us no big sign advertising their place where they are. Good thing we had GPS in our car. Its between Super 8 and cenalta hotels

This hotel is a great addition to Moosimin. The level of accommodation is better than the Motel 6 given the breakfast and the pool, while better priced then the Canalta. The staff are great and our team had a great time there!

This was the best hotel we stayed in while moving across the country. We were travelling with our dog so it was nice to stay somewhere where they didn't give you the worst room in the hotel. Service at the front desk was great. The rooms were very nicely appointed. High ceilings and comfortable bed - I didn't want to get out of it! It was nice that breakfast was included - it was average.

New hotel located on the Trans Canada Highway. Very well decorated and clean, great staff. Front desk person "Sakshi" fixed my I-phone for me and Tanya was very efficient and friendly running the tiny breakfast room. Would stay again anytime in the area. Only gripe it the far too small breakfast room, surprised that BW would approve one so small.

This is a new hotel.The rooms, lobby, pool area and hallways were very clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and efficient. There were many choices at breakfast including a variety of fresh fruit and hot items. We would definitely stay again.

My son and I spent a lovley evening at the Best Western in Moosomin, SK and had an even more enjoyable breakfast the following morning. The breakfast bar was very clean and well stocked and this is where we met Tanya! She was super helpful and incredibly cheerful. Both my son and I adored her. She helped him with the waffle machine and she made him feel very special. Thank you Tanya for making our trip even that much more memorable. Bright, clean new facility. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating, right from the from end staff to the breakfast staff. Great continent style breakfast with the usual offerings. NOW the bad news---lack of noise insulation---you can hear everything from the hallways and when your neighbour a couple of mire rooms away, flushes their toilet or showers, they sound like they are in your room

Very nice hotel next to a great restaurant and Tim Horton's. The pool is magnificent and it is worth staying at this hotel for the pool and hot tub alone. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. Great hotel in a good location. Easy highway access.

This is a very small community in the middle of nowhere! Didn't expect hotel to be so nice. No complaints at all. Pleasantly surprised with all aspects of this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had some work to deal with in the region and chose Best Western since there was a sale rate on hotels.com at the time that was within my budget. Nice breakfast with hot food items and a waffle maker. The staff was accommodating for a late checkout. Excellent service.

We needed to stop here overnight due to weather. The hotel is brand new, very clean and cozy. Room was huge and with a nice kitchenette. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar and met the breakfast lady named Tanya, who was very friendly and helpful! A great stay!

Stayed there for several days recently while visiting relatives. New hotel with great friendly front desk and breakfast staff. The rooms were large, bed was comfortable, and all very clean and well maintained with real glasses to drink from instead of these insidious paper cups, (my pet peeve). Breakfast was one of the best that we have had in any hotel recently. Pool area, hot tub, and exercise room all met or exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again.

We are driving across Canada and chose to stay in Moosomin simply for the driving distance. It turned out to be an inspired choice. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and just off the Trans-Canada Highway. It was quiet, had a pool, hot tub and exercise room and provided a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was buffet style with juices, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, and some dishes including bacon, cheese omelettes and hash browns. It was a wonderful stay and very good value.

The entire staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as they can make it. A casual comment about my dislike of king bed pillows to the lady in charge of the breakfast nook resulted in the immediate dispatch of housekeeping staff with queen pillows. The desk attendants were always more than pleasant during our 5 day stay. Overall the entire staff were the best we have encountered any where in the world

We booked last minute while on a road trip, and didn't know what to expect. A hotel in a small town, not known for nice accommodations we didn't expect much. What a pleasant surprise to check into a nicely appointed, new hotel by friendly front desk staff (Cheryl?). Good value.

This is the most friendly hotel I've ever stayed at! Room was nice and clean, breakfast has a lot of choices! Then there is the oh so friendly and caring staff! I felt like we were family! This truly is the place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel last week when I came to Moosomin for work. I usually stay at the hotel next door, but thought I'd try this one out as I knew it was recently completed. I loved it! The staff was friendly, the room lovely (I seriously think I was perhaps the first person to stay in my room as it was so pristine!), and the fitness centre was great for a hotel in a small town.

This Best Western hotel is brand new, the couple times I have stayed here the rooms and staff have been amazing. I work out daily and the fitness area is true top notch and has a view of the pool. Moosomin is a smaller town but it makes easy to stay here because of this hotel.

We just came through from Nova Scotia with my husband and my 5kids and let me tell u we arrived late and was greeted by the nicely lady named Cheryl and then at breakfast time the breakfast was so great and Tanya the lady there was supper helpful and great with my kids ,and the rooms let me tell u the rooms where so comfy and so nice I would so stay there again and rates r good with a pool and a hot tub

My wife and I arrived later in the evening and got checked into our room by Shawna. Very friendly and accommodating, We asked about wine glasses and bottle opener which she was very efficient to find for us. The room was a good size and still smelt new. Breakfast in the morning was a highly recommend. Lots of variety to choose from. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it and any other Best Westerns!

The room was so clean, neat with even enough room to layout a Good size suitcase. The bedding was so comfortable including the pillows. The breakfast was both hot and cold. The only thing I would have changed when constructing the hotel is the room doors. They are not sound proof enough. Partway thru the night people came into the room across the hall and it was very loud. Even the bathroom door in the room should be more soundproof.

My sister, brother in law and myself had a fantastic stay. We were in town for a funeral and found this hotel to be a welcome sight after a very long drive. The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast was great too

First I'll start with the positive. The rooms were nice, they were spacious. Hot water was plenty....and hey....they give you a sanitary remote! Plus the keurig in the room with the option of tea or decaf was a plus for me. The breakfast was better than some I have seen and there was a fair bit of choice. And you get free cookies and these really tasty pastries. I know my kids enjoyed the cookies more than anyone else did! But...there were a few things that irritated me enough that I would probably not return. We were there for a funeral. A sad occasion. After a long day most of my family just wanted to go soak in the hot tub and relax before bed. It was 113 degrees! When mentioned that morning while the kids were swimming we were told it would be cooled down. Gone all day to return that night to find it not only still too hot, but told that that was normal. A hot tub should not exceed 104 degrees I believe it is. No one could sit in it, at all. And then there was the issue with the room keys. Ours kept deactivating. Not the biggest issue in the world, and not one secular to this hotel, but still a little irritating when after a long day, with small children crying for bed, you need to trudge back to the elevator, go down again, get it reactivated (and here I should say the lady was great and super friendly) and then head back up. It wasn't a bad place, but with other options in Moosomin I would probably choose a different place and try that out instead. And who knows, it's Moosomin, this might actually be the best place to stay!

Being a retired older gentleman who travel lots I was impressed and happy with my stay. New hotel, spacious rooms, and I enjoyed the fact it had a hot breakfast. Staff was great. Shawna greeted me with a friendly smile and was very attentive and genuine when she checked me in. Matthew was friendly and very helpful when I checked out. Will definitely stay again when passing through.
