Great location, near food, drink and fuel. Best views and best access to all of Missoula's hot spots, sports, acadamia, business and the airport. Great free parking and shuttle. Also very comfortable staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay.

The Grant Creek Inn has every breakfast item you could want from fresh fruit and granola to all the old standbys. They even had a delicious never expected item, a HUCKLEBERRY SCONE! The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind from room cleaners to breakfast servers to front desk personnel. Our room was clean and comfortable and relaxing. We'll be staying there again soon.

This is a clean, spacious hotel with an accommodating and friendly staff. The breakfast menu has a broad variety to fit anyone's taste or diet and is complimented with fresh fruits etc. This hotel has been our first choice when staying in Missoula, MT.

Check in service was excellent! The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The pool area was nice! Fitness center was clean and in working order. The hotel staff were all kind and knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Alright y'all. This place blew me away. My husband and I are in the middle of a cross-country trip with our two cats, and this hotel is probably my favorite, and we've stayed at quite a few. There were so many small things that made this hotel such a pleasant stay. First, shout out to Tom who was working the front desk, he was so friendly, kind, helpful, and professional, making our check-in smooth and simple, even with our pets, and even though we were a last-minute booking. He noted all of the amenity times (breakfast, pool, sauna) without me having to ask, and gave us a slip of paper with the Wi-Fi immediately which was a small thing, but just another thing we didn't need to worry about :) The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a very large Tv and a bathroom mirror that warmed itself in the center to keep it from fogging. I'd never seen anything like it before, and it was small but appreciated! There were two bottles of water and one chilling in then fridge for us, complementary coffee that was Starbucks brand (aka not the usual gross hotel coffee), and even this thoughtful hospitality benediction (pic included). Just so much thought put into details to make guests comfortable, I was truly blown away. We went down to the pool/hot tub, and it was clean and looked so new and fresh, well kept. There was a workout room as well, though we didn't go in. In the morning, there was a MAGNIFICENT complimentary breakfast (I'm talking fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, muffins, waffles, juice, various syrup flavors, gluten free options), an all-day coffee bar with hot chocolate and tea and apple cider, and that was well managed and delicious as well. (Shout out to Ann and Molly and who ever else helped with breakfast). Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful and polite. Oh, and the pet fee was $20 per night for both pets, the cheapest we've seen in ANY hotel so far. And the price for the room was really reasonable, one of the more cost-effective in the area. Seriously, whoever manages this hotel deserves a raise, and so do all the staff members. Thanks to all of you for a really, really lovely stay :)

Have always like BW but was not as impressed as I wanted to be this trip. Breakfast was great. Broke my foot just walking in the pool area so be careful. They don't keep a close on kids or making sure the floor has good drainage or traction. Wasn't how I remember this hotel being. There were some good parts but the broken foot put a damper on my weekend.

This was my first time staying here with my Husband and kiddo. We liked how convenient it was to the highway as well as a venue of local restaurants. My favorite part was the sauna, steam room, hot tub, and pool. I've never been to another hotel that offered all these luxurious amenities. I can't wait to be back and will stay here again soon!! Don't pass this place up!!

It was very clean. Breakfast has several options each day. Staff was very nice and accommodating. All amenities functioned properly which made the stay even more relaxing. WiFi worked well. Also had a sauna along with the hot tub and pool.

I stay in hotels all across the western half of the state of Montana. Best Westerns are always my go-to. Besides the benefits of the BW app giving you points you can use towards a free night, the hotels are generally very clean, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The BW at Grant Creek not only has a very convenient location for easy access, but it also has numerous restaurants within 1-mile. My family and I stay here every Christmas for a few days, and it is always a treat for my 3 kids with the pool and sauna.

Great place to stay during the middle of a 20 hour road trip. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The bed was slightly on the firm side, which is how we like them. And our dog with happy with the gift biscuits.

The bedding & pillows were extremely comfortable! Breakfast was great! The whole place was very clean! All staff were friendly!! Grant Creek area put us in the middle of where we wanted to be-between 3 counties in Montana!

The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was hot and offered a wide variety from fresh fruit to waffles, eggs, bacon, muffins and blue berry cobbler.

Out of all of the Best Westerns that I have stayed at this is by far the best. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. What makes this place outstanding is the breakfast. Not your typical hotel breakfast, but a real effort is made to please everyone. Fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods, eggs, juice, and gluten-free options.

Tom is our hero between cookies and helping us get out of another hotel in a bad part of Missoula to helping me get some documents scanned. Thank you for saving the day. Also the breakfast was the best we ever had at a best western. Staff is amazing and rooms are great! We ended up with a suite and just wanted to say thank you to the team that supported the hotel during our stay. We were there 4 nights.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and everyone was so friendly. Made us feel very welcome. We were greeted whether we were coming into the hotel or leaving the hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best we have seen, and the dining area was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay, clean, friendly staff, updated rooms and great breakfast. We had such a good experience we rebooked for the following weekend as we needed a place to stay before flight out. Convenient to walk to restaurants and we would return again

This place was primo. It was extremely clean and I loved our room location at the back of the property facing the hills. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We walked to the restaurant next door and it was great too. This business self identified as faith based, which I'm usually pretty skeptical about, but they really seemed to mean it, based on how nice everyone was and how extremely well the motel was cared for.

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included cereal, milk, eggs, sausage, gravy, rolls and yogurt. There was enough seating for those eating. The check in process was quick and without problems.

When I booked, I was afraid the hotel was a little out of the way, but it's perfect! Easy access to freeway and main thoroughfares, but far enough away to be very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful, managing to find me a loaner charger for my phone. But the topper to all of it for me? This has got to be the cleanest room I have ever stayed. There was NOTHING out of place or missed. It was absolutely spotless!!

We had a great experience at the Best Western Grant Creek Inn. Traveling with 2 teens and a dog adds some challenges in finding accommodations but this Best Western was awesome. Comfortable room with a king & queen suite+pullout was just right. Clean & comfortable room, grounds were great in a good location. Plus a very good complimentary full breakfast. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you BW staff!

It's Montana NOT NYC room coffee was disgusting. Taken advantage of on pricing, just pure greed, no other reason for the charges, the blanket was as thin as a piece of paper, new thermostst but NO instructions on how to use

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We were looking for a stop that was close to the highway, but away from traffic noise. The staff here were friendly and helpful. Lovely sleep! We would definitely stay there again.

We travel a lot and this is the BEST BE we've used. It is pricey but worth h the cost. Convenient, clean and hospitable. Breakfast is fresh and served at 5 am. We travel with staying here in mind because of there amenities. Excellent parking for a trailer also.

We had a king size room, and the room was bigger than expected. We enjoyed a great breakfast. We would stay here again. We had a late arrival, and the front desk was very pleasant. He thanked us for staying there. Housekeeping was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience here. I have to say the employees make the place special! They are all so helpful and willing to help. Rooms and breakfast good also. Easy access to city center and the university as well. One of the best we have stayed in.

The air conditioning ventilation system was not working. the room was extremely hot. The staff told us that they had it fixed. in which I truly believe was not factual. very disappointed. they sent up the maintenance crew and they assured us that they fixed it. They said give it a little time to cool off. well the room just got warmer. What a terrible way to treat seniors. Way to go Best Western. BTW we are Diamond members. Although I don't think it matters. It's all about the dollars.

We were able to have a restful sleep, do some laundry and felt safe in this hotel. We are traveling across the country and tried to use Best Western when able. We are pleased with this location and amenities.

Very clean. Nicely upgraded and remodeled. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Some truck noise from the interstate so ask for a room on the other side of the building. Good breakfast—real scrambled eggs, real quiche, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe and blueberries as well as the regular offerings. Housekeeping left ways to tip them (they were no where to be found when we needed extra towels) but no tip jar for the excellent job the 3 breakfast ladies did. Was never able to get on their Wi-Fi.

Ez on/off I90. Adequate parking for trailers. VERY Pricey for Holiday stays. We booked about 3 days prior to 6/28.. close to 7/4 holiday. Prices were exceptionally high for hotel class. We needed parking for trailer and options were limited. Hotel was very good, rates were not.

Stayed here for the second time this year during the Missoula Marathon. This team/hotel went above and beyond my expectations for a hotel. A carb and protein breakfast was set out early for the runners then we were shuttled, by the hotel starting at 4 AM to the University for the bus ride up to the start line. The team shows they care for their customers in their day to day actions. All members, from front desk, to maintenance and breakfast personnel to housekeeping, are always friendly and respectful. I can honestly say I haven't have a better experience at a hotel.

There is not best western room worth of $300 for a night in the middle of no where just because it is the beginning of summer like the receptionist told me. I would not recommend to stop at this location.

Rooms were very clean. The front desk staff provided great service and was very knowledgeable of the building and services provided. The breakfast provided was in my option many choices for all guests. The kitchen staff was very kind. I like there was gluten free options for those special diet needs. It was quite on our floor. A very nice pool and the young children really enjoy their pool time.

We have stayed in many US and French Best Westerns over the years and this one stands out as the best in so many ways. The most surprising 2 attributes were the breakfast and the quality of the room. The breakfast was outstanding: biscuits and gravy, waffles, bacon, good coffee, fruit and yogurt. The quality of the room was just above average as well. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable sheets/bed, spacious shower. Of course the location was great in Missoula. No noise from neighbors or the road. Close by to shopping, restaurants as usual.

We loved our stay here! Very nice rooms, comfy beds and amazing breakfast!!! Will definitely stay here again. We didn't use the pool or fitness room, but they looked very nice. Lots of space to take the dogs out to explore.

We love this hotel. Have been coming several times a year for years now. The special parking spots, the little welcome board with our name on it and the gift bags with treats always makes us feel like they enjoy us visiting them. Staff is always friendly and helpful, the cookies are good and the rooms are always clean. Lots of stuff to walk to and easy on and off the freeway.

We found this hotel to be next to spotless throughout, dining and reception areas, rooms etc. The included breakfast was freshly prepared with a wide variety of offerings (and I emphasis wide). The staff was always available, courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, including the bathroom that I always pay particular attention to! From the service to the dining selection and overall cleanliness, it did not disappoint!

Friendly and professional staff. Great location. We will definitely be back. Nice breakfast and fitness center. The staff went above and beyond to help us out with getting our car started during a cold snap.

Rooms are very large and wide, there are two sinks one inside and one outside of the toilet and bath area, huge TV, the heat was good as we had cold temps,, The breakfast had a vast variety of hot and cold foods, including a taco bar and a yogurt bar, there at least 6 hot items, plus bagels and fresh fruit

Hotel staff was great to work with for a hotel room block. Front desk was helpful with finding space for the team to interact and play games. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and breakfast was good. I would highly recommend for teams or families!

This hotel was by far the cleanest and friendliest place I have stayed in my 3 weeks on the road traveling. It had a nice area for walking our dog. The room was spacious to hold his kennel. Served a nice breakfast.

This is a gem of a hotel. Incredibly clean, comfortable rooms. Great staff. Convenient location. Comfy beds. We stay here every time we are in town visiting family. Regular rooms are very spacious. And there are suites that we have also used that are an extra bonus. Breakfast and the airport shuttle were great extras. We will definitely return.

Hotel was clean, very inviting and close to amenities. Breakfast was varied and delicious. If are short in stature, please bring or request a stool. Beds are a bit high for short people. Please note that this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies as I do, please request a non pet room which is usually about the third floor.

We spent 8 nights here. Room was nice size and beds comfortable. We did not get housekeeping, but I think we needed to request it. Initial reservation was for 4 nights but we kept needing to extend it. As other reviews have noted, breakfast was exceptional! Lots of options and workers continually keeping food supplied and eating area clean. Staff was friendly. Lobby coffee always hot and cookies set out every evening. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here again if in Missoula.

Excellent and convenient hotel for getting around Missoula. This was our 5th stay and they always have a clean and well-appointed room for us. We had a coffee bar and sink area. The bathroom was spotless and with the assistance bar placed in the correct place in the tub and bath mat was provided. Breakfast is a touch above the norm and we love staying here.

This hotel has so many great amenities with a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and up to date with comfortable beds. The conference room was set up very nicely and there are multiple places to just take five.

We arrived late at night, totally exhausted. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk person. I wish I had gotten his name. The hotel itself was easy to find, and had good outside lighting. Important for two females in unfamiliar territory, late at night. The hotel was sooo nice. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Pillows and bed were heavenly. We were on the top floor, but never heard water from neighboring rooms (showers or flushing toilets), and never heard any noise from the hallway. I got one of the best nights sleep in a long time. The breakfast buffet was nice. Nothing special, but everything was well stocked and looked appealing. If we are in the area, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

The hotel was the best of all the Best Westerns I have ever stay in and I have traveled A LOT both domestically and internationally. The overall external appearance and the interior was beautiful. The interior theme matched the surrounding culture. The breakfast was also a "10".

This doesn't happen very often when traveling but our stay at Grant Creek Inn was exceptional. We felt like we were treated well and it felt like "home". There was a positive energy most likely attributed to the management which translates to the staff. Thanks

I stay here often. Nice hot tub and sauna. Easy access to the interstate, breakfast is good, large TVs that you can rotate. Staff is very friendly electric vehicle charger in parking lot, gas station next door.

The room was spacious with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was over the top amazing. Fresh strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, Potatoes, eggs, bacon, peach cobbler. Yogurt. Fresh bagels, Waffles. So many things to choose from. Had a large indoor pool. Sauna, hot tub. The hotel was very clean. We had been on the road 10 days and this was the best hotel we stayed in.

We trust BW to deliver a comfortable stay, and most of the time (except for Great Falls) we've been perfectly satisfied. The Grant Creek Inn takes it to the next level. Customer service is first rate, and the staff--everyone, from maintenance to reception--all seem to be on board with making our stay outstanding. Now, about those breakfasts: hand sliced ham, scrambled eggs, burrito egg casserole, breakfast burrito fixings (including sliced olives, chopped jalapenos, and salsa) grapefruit halves, nicely wrapped; fresh cut melon; fresh strawberries and blueberries, almond milk for the sensitive types---and that's just what I ate. I could go on.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location close to the airport and town. The reception staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Breakfast had a good assortment. There are a few restaurants close by. Will stay at this hotel our next trip to Missoula

We checked into the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn on the 10th night of our epic 21-day road expedition across the Dakotas to Montana and back. We got to our old digs in Missoula after spending several hours in the NPS Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center in Great Falls, and after weathering a late summer snowstorm while crossing the 5,610-foot elevation Rogers Pass on Hwy 200. In pre-pandemic times, we were very loyal to Marriott. But things have changed dramatically, with Marriott now evidently charging whatever the market will bear whenever they can get away with it. The Residence Inn rooms we had often stayed in for about $125 per night in 2017, were now going for over $450 - which is naked price gouging any way you slice or dice it. So we booked into the Grant Creek Inn for three nights out of spite. The Grant Creek Inn is more worn and a bit shabbier than the Marriott properties in Missoula. But it was adequate. The common areas were tidy enough. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The shower water pressure was adequate, but not great. The breakfast provided every morning was exceptional. The self-serve area was a bit crowded at times. But the selection of fresh fruit and melons, eggs and meat, sausage gravy and biscuits, yoghurt, and pastries was amazing. The coffee wasn't even as weak as some other places we stayed! All things considered, we will definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Missoula. The heck with Marriott.

Great accommodations with a very spacious lobby and dining area. First class breakfast with a large selection of entrees. Excellent pool and spa facilities with extended hours; both wet an dry saunas. Very friendly staff.

This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located off of I-90. We arrived late so were too tired to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the fitness area looked lovely and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was the absolute best. Plenty of fresh fruit, great hot food choices and delicious healthy options. The hotel was expensive, $230+/night, so keep that in mind.

We stayed one night on our way through Missoula heading for South Dakota. The room was nice and big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and we felt very welcomed. We were so happy we stayed a night on our way back through Missoula heading home at the end of our vacation. Location was good, price was fair, parking was great. Definitely recommend!

Guy in the breakfast area was fantastic, he genuinely looks to see what the guest needs, sincere , great customer service !!! The complimentary breakfast is exceptional , best we had in a two week trip !!!

Our stay was wonderful, when we called for a room the staff member took the extra time to make sure we got the best rate. When we checked in the clerk was very pleasant, and though very busy, took the time to make sure we were all set. We did not see the housekeeping staff but you could tell they cared, our room was spotless. I really appreciated how attentive the breakfast host was.

The manager and staff at this hotel understand that little details can make a guest's experience so much more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as expected, but the hand written welcome note from the housekeeper and the friendly note from the manager were a thoughtful touch. There were two bottles of water, one cold and one at room temperature, another thoughtful touch. All the staff were very friendly and if they were helping other guests, they always made a point to acknowledge your presence. The location is very convenient, just off the highway, and the rooms were quiet and surprisingly large. The breakfast offerings were varied and included fresh waffles, and other warm food, which was actually warm.

Ugh! We were looking so forward to our stay here based on the reviews and pictures. Unfortunately, after a long day of driving we entered our room (which wasn't locked and was propped open) to discover it hadn't been fully cleaned (dirty soap dish, dirty floors, prior guest's key card, etc.). No problem said the very excellent front desk staff - new room assigned immediately. Went across the hall to the new room and it was very dirty as well and had not been fully cleaned. This one was worse, including a "special gift" left in the toilet that had not been flushed! Apparently, the cleaning staff had signed off on both rooms and had left for the night. Again, the very professional and apologetic front desk clerk moved us to another room. By this time, we were TOTALLY grossed out and questioning the cleanliness of the whole place. We stayed in this room, and they knocked $80 off our bill (down from a crazy $300) but we won't return. Also, the comments about paper thin walls are accurate. You can hear everything. Lastly, the ice machine on our floor (2) was broken and a snippy guy at the front desk in the morning could not have cared less. We did ask to speak with a manager, but they didn't expect one in until "8:30 or 9:00" and we had to hit the road. Great location, great people (mostly), and hoping this was just a fluke for future travelers!

The hotel looks recently updated. Our room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft. They provide a couple pillows for each person so I doubled up—however, I woke up with a stiff neck. We had to ask the front desk for soap, shampoo, etc. as it was not already in the room. They apologized and had it sent right up. The jacuzzi is disappointing. They have one; I t's just not very comfortable seating and not very warm. Breakfast buffet is fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to find berries and other fruit plus almond milk and gluten free bagels. It also had the standard hot breakfast of, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. I would stay here again,

On our way to Seattle, we usually stay in Butte but this time, we got a late start so decided to stay in Missoula. After reading the positive reviews, we picked the Best Western for our lodging. I have to say -- I've never had a hotel experience like this (in the MidWest): + the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly (as if they understand how weary it can feel to drive in a car all day) + the room was immaculate and there were thoughtful touches like: a lovely note from the General Manager, a poem that wished safe travels, a note (and toilet paper roses) from the housekeeping staff. + the next morning, I ventured down for coffee. The young man managing breakfast noticed I was looking for the coffee station and kindly directed me to it without me even asking. In the past we've stayed in Butte (at the Copper King and Hampton Inn) and each time we've been disappointed by how "meh" the whole experience feels due to staff encounters that feel like they don't care whether you stay or not. The thing is -- it isn't inexpensive to stay in a decent hotel and you would think hotel staff would be tuned into this and be gracious. But sadly, that is not the case in other places we've stayed in the MidWest. At the Missoula Best Western, every single person on the staff seemed happy we were there, and we got the sense that they genuinely cared whether we were comfortable or not. Suffice it to say, this is the kind of hotel we'll go out of our way to come back to (even if we need to drive an extra hour). It's worth it! I'm not sure if it's a Best Western thing or just the Missoula location -- but the leadership is clearly creating a culture that prioritizes happy, thriving people. Not sure what they're doing, but well done!

The Best Western was really nice. The staff was great, and the rooms were very well looked after. If you are an early-to-bed type, you may want to be sure your room does NOT face the pool. Also, the breakfast is actually really great.

The place LOOKS great but the walls are so thin, you can hear people talking, sneezing, etc. in the other rooms next door and above. It sounds like elephants upstairs but they are probably just walking across their room. The BEST thing about this place is the young man in the dining room named Guy. This hotel doesn't deserve him. He should be at a 5-star resort in charge of customer service. He is personally dedicated to ensuring that every single person is happy and satisfied. That is a rare quality these days. Guy, take this review to your dream job and tell them to call me! Bottom line, if noise doesn't bother you at all, you'll be fine here. But for $350/night, which is OUTRAGEOUS, you can surely do much better.

we enjoyed our stay, hotel is conveniently located, front desk staff was helpful and attentive. the biggest issue was the darn thermostat; our fan (ie A/C) ran all night (very noisy). i finally got up at 2 AM and put my jacket on. i sat in the hallway hugging a cup of hot water. brrr. maintenance came twice to help they said it was a new system and dang we could not get it warmer than 66 in our room. because we stayed less than 4 days we had no room service but were told we could easily ask for additional supplies (towels shampoo etc)...I needed a pair of long underwear ha ha!!! brrrr okay the best thing breakfast. Guy who works in the breakfast room so attentive and helpful and courteous I hope management realizes what a treasure they have with "Guy" he was there all three mornings and had the same helpful attitude to every guest. ok, get that thermostat issue fixed (room 129) and I'd be back!!

A complete, high-quality hot breakfast that will start your day the right way! There were several hot items and fresh fruit in addition to some baked items and cereal. The attendant was excellent and provided some tips; conversed with our young son and helped us to clear our table. Above and beyond!

Have stayed here many times traveling through GF. The location is easy & convenient to airport, freeway & shopping. The staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate the BW awards - thank you. CLEAN. It has always been reasonable until this last trip in late June. The price was over twice as much as my previous stays! As are many things since covid.

Conveniently located just outside of downtown Missoula, this hotel served us well. The room had ample space, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I only withheld the 5th star because the breakfast was average, but, to be fair, most breakfasts that are included with your stay are nothing to brag about. I highly recommend this hotel for your Missoula stay.

Clean, easy-to-get-to location, not far from the airport. We had some trouble with our AC during the night and rather than moving (having to pack everything at 2 am and get resettled and try to sleep some more) we opted to stay in the room and were luckily able to rest (the night wasn't that hot outside). The next morning, I mentioned it to the young man at the front counter, and he said he would have someone check on it, and by the time we actually checked out he had adjusted our bill (even though I never asked for this). Excellent customer service! Breakfast is the usual hotel hot breakfast, but another young man was working the breakfast area and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and taken care of. He was constantly in motion, clearing tables and greeting guests. Would definitely stay here again should our travels take us in that direction.

We always stay here when we're in Missoula. It has great service, clean and comfortable rooms, a delicious assortment of items with their free breakfast and it's a very convenient location. Plus it is a very dog friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

What a surprisingly bright and pleasant place. It appears that the facility has been recently thoroughly updated very nicely. Lobby very nicely appointed with great hallway lighting. Super friendly staff. The room was well appointed with many nice touches. Lots of counter and storage cubby spaces in the bathroom with better than average lighting. Closet doors that work. Nice place to plop your suitcase in addition to a folding luggage rack. Comfortable chair in the corner with a nice ottoman for your feet and side table for your book and drink. Lighting in the room was typical hotel dim. The floor lamp by the chair in the corner was a trip to eventually find the on-off switch on the floor. The AC was unbelievable quiet yet effective - super bonus points there. The breakfast buffet spread was superior with many more options that typically found at "free" breakfast" buffets. It was also accompanied by super attentive staff. The hotel is highly visible from I-90 but finding the driveway access is a bit tricky but very worth it. Highly commend this Best Western if are stopping in Missoula.

This was not my first stay at this location. It is THE BEST Best Western hotel that I have stayed in throughout the United States, hands down! The front desk staff is genuinely friendly and so helpful. My room was clean and updated. I even had a welcoming note from the housekeeper. The indoor pool, hot tub, and gym were very well maintained. Guy Smiley will make your free hot breakfast even more enjoyable. He will ensure your table is clean and sanitized before you sit down, greet you, keep your coffee refilled, and clear away the plates you have finished.

This hotel was perfect for my layover. Close to different restaurants. The staff were helpful and my room was spotless. Not to mention the bed was perfect and I had no issues with the air conditioning. A plus for me.

The rooms at the Best Western Grant Creek Inn have been renovated, but with ugly color combinations. You can hear neighbours quite well - but fortunately we had fairly quiet neighbours. The beds are very comfy, the pool well maintained and complete with spa, sauna and steam room. And the hot breakfast high quality and delicious!

Have stayed here before with no problems , but this time , there was no Air Conditioning , just heat - Had to open a Ground Floor window to get cool air!! Not really a safe idea! Breakfast was plain but OK , room was nice ..

Perhaps I had too high of expectations with paying over $200/night for a one night stay. There was hair (not mine) in the bathtub. I was on the 1st floor by the exit, which was great but the person above me had very heavy feet which was very disruptive. I don't know what the heck they were doing for as long as it went on, but I expected the flooring to be more soundproof. Also the front desk staff were not well trained or informed on simple things such as restaurants in the area (only could name 1 vs providing a listing), how to adjust the heating/cooling thermostat. However, the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time in a hotel and the size of the room was larger than average.

Super comfy beds, wonderful staff, great amenities, best breakfast! Got a great workout and sauna session in before a great night's sleep. The shower was hot all the way through. The breakfast has so many choices and is delicious. Homemade peach cobbler for breakfast!

Third time in 8 years to arrive here late after a long drive (Yellowstone) and being told they are full. The next BW is two hours away, so we have to opt for a different brand, but all recommended hotels are 300$+. Maybe it is time to build a second one right next to it, call it bw-constructionworker plus premium, charge them 700$ (they get paid any price anyway it seems) and have one hotel for "normal" travelers with normal prices. The construction workers are a reoccurring theme on our whole trip, half of the parking lot are always white pickups. Good for them to have work and all expenses paid, but bad for normal travelers with inflated prices and no more sleep at 5. I would love to say something about the real quality of the hotel, but as I said I was denied service three times and my parents another two times. If you are traveling west from Yellowstone plan to stop in Butte or make the 7h drive to Spokane, but avoid Missoula.

Due to RV service issues we needed a last minute hotel reservation for two plus 2 dogs. We were warmly welcomed by empathetic staff on check in. Room was great, staff all great, and breakfast was generous in variety and quantity. Can't single out most gracious staff members because all were exceedingly helpful and pleasant. Lots of territory for walking dogs and pizza restaurant just a hop away. Highly recommend if you want cleanliness, comfort and courtesy.

Checked in alright on Thursday and went right to sleep. Beds were awesome a little on the soft side for my wife. Woke up to a good and plentiful breakfast. Kids went swimming while grandma was at her meeting. I jumped in the steam room and I felt so refreshed as it is a hot one. Reminds me of the Sweats my friends back home have. I really like the Grant Creek BW and try to stay there when I am in Missoula. It is close enough to Reserve Street where there are numerous fast food, restaurants and shops. Got to visit with old friends as the KyiYo Pow Wow was going on this weekend which always is a good thing when you catch up on what is happening. Overall I really enjoyed myself.

We are pilot cars in wind energy. We travel for work and we are in hotels nightly. This is our second time at this hotel and very much enjoyed our first visit. The hotel is clean, beds awsome and the staff fantastic. Tonight CJ and Hunter went the extra mile to accommodate our requests .Thank you. We noticed a card by the TV. I didn't see it last time but a travelers prayer. Knowing this hotel understands those that travel was awesome, thank you.

I have stayed several times in Missoula and this was my first time at this establishment. It is one I will repeat. Not your run-of-the-mill breakfast and the staff is really helpful. You will need to drive a bit, for most of your dining options, but traffic flow is so easy, it won't matter.

OK - so let's start off with one of the more important items - the Breakfast. Everyone wants to know what is included. This hotel has a very nice sitting area with about 15 tables off of the lobby, quiet, peaceful - and a few more tables in a different sitting area. Behind the doors off to the side is where they keep the food and open from 6-10 AM. There is sliced fruit - blueberries, strawberries, blackberries. Also some pineapple and stuff - good food to make the wife happy. They also have eggs, bacon, waffles, the usual fare. Bacon was crispy but not too crispy - cooked very well. They also have biscuits and gravy - the gravy is good with pieces of sausage in it, not just gravy like some other places. The biscuits are light and fluffy - with a nice browning across the top giving it a solid consistency, but very moist and tasty inside. I was impressed with the biscuits! Juices and Coffee, bagels, and some small sweet rolls and cinnamon rolls - warm them up in the microwave - just hit the "2" button and wait a second and it kicks on for 20 seconds. They have other pastries and there were some pre-wrapped gluten free things, but I didn't touch those. I like Gluten. Now - the rooms and overall feeling - Very clean rooms! Nice updates - felt like a higher end place from the moment you walk in the front doors. Very nice greeting and check in - nice countertops in the bathroom 4 full sized towels with extra hand towels - clean! Toilet was clean, tub was clean, sink was clean, beds were comfy - really a nice place. I have been coming to Montana to visit my daughter for years (Go Griz!) and this is our #1 spot to stay. There are a couple other nice hotels, but this is the #1 spot. There is a nice sized pool plus a hot tub and sauna. I didn't sit in the Sauna, but my kids have loved swimming in the pool the last few years. The hot tub isn't too big - if you have 5 people in your family, you could get all 5 into it - 6 if you're skinny. But that's about it. Still a nice soak - hit the button on the wall and wait 15 seconds and the jets kick on nicely. Also - the place is just off of I-90, but in the room you don't hear ANY road noise. No trains close by - really quiet. And - last night I couldn't sleep so about 5:30 I got up and went for a stroll outside and the views are beautiful! Snow topped hills and mountains - Montana is really the "Last Best Place". This is a nice place to stay if you're looking for the nicest, cleanest place in town. I am not disparaging any other establishment, but this is the #1 place to stay. When travelling with kids, factor in the breakfast that seems to make everyone happy. It's not Brunch or anything - but it is good enough to grab some coffee, juice, and some food - makes it so you don't have to go out and spend $10 per person at IHOP. I always factor in the "Breakfast Included" hotels into the price. I've stayed in everything from the cheapest place in Missoula when by myself, to this place when I have family with me. This is a nice, clean place you can relax at. Hope this helps you make your choice!

Very clean, quiet and safe hotel. Extensive and tasty breakfast with an exceptionally attentive and friendly gentleman running the breakfast area. Every member of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Best Western Grant Creek Inn was outstanding and had the best hot breakfast of any hotel we have stayed in during the past year. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very professional and courteous.

This was our third visit to the Grant Creek Best Western Plus Inn and we felt comfortable as well as cared for. People remembered us and everyone we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful. The facility is nice, the rooms and comfortable and the amenities are excellent.

Like this hotel as it is convenient to the freeway and restaurants. Also is pet friendly and the pet rooms are lovely. Beds are comfortable, rooms clean, wifi works great too. The breakfast selection is very good.

Very nice hotel and it allows pets! I would and have stayed at this hotel prior. The staff is accommodating, and very nice. As well as easy to deal with. The swimming pool could use some warmer water, however the kids liked it anyway.

Everything about the stay was great except the pool temperature. That could've been kicked up a few notches. The breakfast changed a little each day and it was really good for a continental breakfast.

This is a new, very nicely furnished hotel. The service and accommodations were excellent. The hotel is located very near the interstate which makes for very easy access. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Everyone and everything was nothing less than excellent . They were so wonderful and always asking if they could do somewthing for me. The breeakfast was free ,. but if you had to pay for it you would be paying 12 to 14 dollars. and most days there was somnething different on the menu , unlike other hotetls. You will not regret staying with these awesome people

Our mid-week stay was very pleasant. Friendly staff. Internet was good. The full breakfast was delish! The breakfast person checked on us to make sure we had everything or if we needed anything. The Manager on Duty even stopped by and said hello. The room was very quiet.

Our family stays at this location yearly and are always happy to return. The staff is lovely the rooms clean and food yummy. Location is everything and this hotel is just enough tucked away but also close to everything.

Check in was a little slow, husband prepaid for my room on Booking to save me time, guy checking me in wanted to argue that it was not paid and insisted I use a credit card to pay as it would be cheaper with credit over debt. In morning they realized their error and apologized and will be crediting my card, unnecessary waste of my time after traveling all day on icy roads.

Great locale, staff, rooms, hotel, and stay. Restaurants easy to get to, within 3-5 minute drive down main road. Steam & sauna rooms, indoor pool and spa- WITH Adult Only swim from 10pm-12am!!! Will be returning!!!❤️

We returned to this Best Western because of our previous experience here. We will always choose this BW whenever in Missoula. Even with the usual quality of Best Westerns, this one stands out among the best. We were here for hospitalization; there were motels closer to the hospital; this one was our choice.

Room was new with 2 sinks on in and one out of the bathroom Breakfast was the best yet on this 5 hotel stay trip eggs bacon and potato's, they also had grapefruit halves and fresh watermelon- room had a huge tv just right for watching the rose bowl game

Everything was great.... Welcoming staff in checking in & out, helpful staff during the stay, delish breakfast, and took advantage of the pool, hot tub & spa.... The entrance road in and out could of been sanded to make it less slick w/ ice, but was able to navigate easily (just not used to driving in snow/ice)

The staff was friendly, the linens were clean and the beds comfortable. Great location right off the interstate but still quiet. Starbucks is next door. The welcoming dog policy is refreshing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hunter is the best and very friendly when I arrive. The rooms are quite, clean, and comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty and spacious parking. Pet friendly with well lights for dog walking after dark.

This hotel is great! The room size is big. The rooms are clean. The front desk staff friendly. The pool is huge and clean. Hot tub and sauna are nice. The breakfast is great in morning. It was the best night sleep, very quiet with the white noise of the fan that runs. And they gave our hickey team a great rate. Lastly it's super convenient to have Starbucks right next door as well as McKenzie River pizza. Oh and they have hallmark channel for some good Christmas movies. Wonderful stay!

Love the vaulted ceilings on the 4th floor rooms. Rooms are very spacious. The breakfasts were continental as well as a full hot breakfast too. Very good food. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season.

We've stayed here several times and have probably stayed at more than 100 Best Westerns. There isn't one better than this, and there are other good ones. I've never been disappointed. It's near a Cracker Barrel, good gas station, and Starbucks. It's nice and cheery inside. I really don't know what more we could ask for. We don't ever use any of the amenities so I can't say about that but I'd assume they're top notch too. It's nice to be able to leave good reviews on places and this is easy to do. Very good place to stay and our rates have always been really good.

I would recommend. the staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good and was served until 10 am. The parking lot was well lit. We were satisfied.

We checked in with the nicest staff and warm cookies we're waiting. The whole place was clean including the elevators! We loved our room and the morning breakfast had the best variety! It was hard to choose! We brought our small dog and it was very convenient to take him out all the grounds are accommodating and there were pet trash cans in several places. We look forward to staying here again in the future. So convenient to the town of Missoula. My son was there for a chess tournament and these were the nicest conference rooms yet!

We fell in love with the Best Western Plus Grant Creek in Missoula. I called to make reservations and Lane and Kelly were both very helpful in answering all my questions and setting up our stay. Easy access to the 90 and close to several dining venues, a gas station and Starbucks, BWP Grant Creek offers the ideal location for the business or leisure travel. There are so many upgraded features to this hotel that it's hard not to like! The lobby features plenty of modern work spaces for those looking to meet as a team. There's also complimentary breakfast with hot dishes. Rooms are spacious and again feature high end touches that speak to a love for hospitality and service. They are pet friendly with a $15 nightly pet fee. They even provided a small doggy goodie bag. Definitely a property to visit. We will certainly be back again.

Conveniently located just off I-90 on the west side of town this hotel was all I needed and delightfully more. It didn't feel like staying at a chain property from the lovely personal message cards in the room, to artful fencing in the parking lot, to a fantastic breakfast included in the room rate. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had under-counter space to keep things tidy above. Especially appreciate the well-lit mirror one can get up close to, something necessary for those of us with less than perfect vision. Although our 2nd floor room faced the interstate one would have never known traffic was constantly going by. Heating system not overly noisy or disruptive at all. Appreciated the complimentary bottles of water along with the warm evening cookies in the lobby. Noticed also there were 6 or so Tesla charging stations in a separate parking area. The Grant Creek Inn truly lives up to their statement about being more than making money.

The staff are professional and helpful, the amenities are excellent, love the sauna, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. I truly enjoyed my stay and whenever I'm in Missoula, I stay there.

Overnight trip to purchase a car. Nicole answered my call for my reservation. She was sweet and my request for a ground level room was fulfilled even with a late check in. Room was great. Right off highway and convenient. Amount of noise from highway not bothersome to us. Traveled with pets. Breakfast was good. Will stay here again.

If you like a musty outdated 2 bedroom queen suite, a dirty elevator, next to extremely loud interstate highway traffic, with some lights that do not work, internet that does not keep you connected, and noise from the room above then this place is for you.

Oct. 2021. Don't stay there unless you're ok with a butt load of flies in your room. AC/Heating failure in the whole building. Broken computer and printer for over a week. Although, maintenance fixed the flies and heating issue, the total quality was not there. Fell in the middle of the bed in a hole and got no sleep. One of the most expensive Best Western, but had more positive experience in the $80-$90 range. Covid or not, there is no excuse for poor sanitation. The plus is it looks great in pictures.

Our favorite place to stay in Missoula. Recently refreshed rooms which feel brand new. They are very comfortable, quiet, and scrupulously clean. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had an especially large range of selections.

I stayed three nights at Grant Creek Inn in September 2021 for a convention. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The location is great. Within walking distance of a nice restaurant. I enjoyed my room on the top floor with a high ceiling. I would stay at Grant Creek Inn again if I travel to Missoula.

Super clean room, on par with the one 5 star hotel we have stayed in. I we come back to Missoula we will be staying here. Only draw back is that there was not maid service daily. Don't know if it was due to staffing shortages to a way to cut costs we didn't really need it though.

Watch out for train noise during the night. The river is beautiful but the train noise was not. Overall, this is a nice hotel with a convenient location and beautiful setting with a walking path and outdoor fire pit.

Nicole is amazing! she sold me the hotel- she has a gift with people that is very rare and special. Shes very people oriented and I haven't met personally but cant wait. She is professional and can tell she enjoy her job. Please give her a bonus and RAISE- people like her you do not want to loose, when this industry is struggling to keep and find good staff. This was the best room, and also the best stay, that we've ever had at a Best Western Plus! Loved the layout of the Two Queen Beds with Vaulted Ceiling room, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The Front Desk staff was also efficient and helpful. We're definitely looking forward to staying here again when we're back in the Missoula area!

Nothing special. Not a good breakfast. Noisy. At least $100 over priced. When I choose hotels Best Western Plus is always my first choice. I will stay somewhere else next time I go to Missoula. What I have come to expect from this Hotel chain was not met. Not even close. For $250? Come on

Overall great stay for the price. Good location and good selection for a hot breakfast and amenities. There was even a steam room and sauna. Beds were iffy but great, clean rooms. Enjoyable stay for all of us.

motel seems very new and efficient. room was well maintained. breakfast was outstanding, even with covid. complete hot breakfast with every thing you could ask for. top rate hotel with not top rate pricing.

Great hotel. Had agreat breakast buffet too. Choices had alot to pick from. Elevator a nice and had luggage carts for all you stuff. Easyer than carrying everything in by hand. This hotel is right off the freeway as well.

Stopped here overnight on a road trip to Yellowstone. Late check in and early checkout after breakfast in the morning. Leanna at front desk was incredibly helpful. Sean was super helpful as well. Clean, Well maintained hotel and really helpful staff

We parked our U haul truck in the parking spot next to the garbage area and when the truck picked up the canister to dispose of the trash, the garbage truck creased the U haul and we got charged for it. We reported this to the front desk and nothing else was done.

Overpriced. $250 for a Monday night was too high for what we received. We had just left a resort hotel on a lake. It had a beach, a view, restaurant, bar and bigger rooms. It was$100 a day less. It's time to find another hotel

We stayed here one night after arriving in Missoula before continuing on to the Bigfork area. Who thinks a Best Western near a highway is going to be this nice!? It was obviously a renovated property and our room was very attractive, new fixtures, comfy king bed and pillows, big TV. The hot complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, potatoes, make-your-own waffles, biscuits and gravy (saw but didn't have), and fruit, yogurt, juices, and pastries/toasts. Front desk staff very nice. First thing in the morning, something had happened with the water in the hotel and there was no water pressure, and, even worse, no toilet flushing! They quickly sorted it out though.

Pros - Location, right by the highway Cons - After driving 8 hours, we checked into the hotel and went to our room (paid extra for higher ceilings?). Front desk was not wearing masks. Room cleanliness was subpar. There was an external sink/wash station outside of the bathroom that started leaking as soon as we used it. There was a leak in the pipe and it started to leak all over the vinyl floor. Informed front desk and they sent a maintenance guy who "fixed" it. Tried it again and continued to leak. Front desk refused to switch rooms for us and promised maintenance guy will try to fix again. After 1 hour, no maintenance guy showed up and it was already 10PM. We decided not to wait and threw towels on the floor to prevent stepping in the flooded floor and called it a night. Terrible service (no follow-up from front desk) and definitely not worth the high price, will not visit again.

The hotel was nice and clean. They served a hot breakfast. Check in/out was easy and the staff friendly. Even though hotel prices are very high right now, we found this hotel to be somewhat reasonable.

Over several days of going across country this was by far, the best place to stay. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities that you could want. Several Restaurants were were very close by. Overall a really wonderful place to stay. We were also traveling with a pet and it was cheaper than any other hotel.

We were in Missoula for a concert at the Kettlehouse amphitheater. The location of the hotel was great for getting to and from the show. It's located right off the freeway so you don't have to drive through town. The lobby was beautiful!

I'm not sure why some other reviewers say this hotel is near attractions. It is not. It is beside the freeway next to a Starbucks and pizza place. If you want to see downtown or the river trails, you have to drive. Don't try to check in before 3 PM. The room was good sized. There was a microwave and TV. The pool was on the cool side; the hot tub was on the small size. The exercise room was very small and they are limiting use to one person with a key at the front desk. It was already being used when I wanted to use it. There is a bicycle wash if you ask. The breakfast is better than most. There are two elevators; the stairs are easy to access. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The A/C was an old fashioned dial, but it worked well. I appreciated the two free bottles of water provided in the room. There was also a TV quick channel guide.

This a great place to pass the night. Friendly caring staff made checkin and out a breeze. Loved waking up to find my bill under the door and cared for. Pet friendly room was great. Comfy bed, good coffee and a nice breakfast!

This was a really nice hotel! We were just there for the night after a long day on I-90. I almost wish we'd spent a few days. The Tesla super chargers were fast and very convenient to do a long charge while we relaxed and freshened up after a hot day. Pizza place next door had carry out and online ordering. Our room was very spacious and nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

Well trained staff. Quick and trendily service. Fresh & clean, updated, modern room. Quiet room you will get well rested here. So convenience accessing to Interstate and to Missoula downtown. Definitely one of my top choices!

The Grant Creek Inn remains a favorite when we pass through Missoula. It's always been clean, updated, and well staffed. The king room we stayed in was quiet, well taken care of and only minor issues in the bathroom that had to be pointed out to staff the next morning. We appreciate how well the staff interacted with patrons and followed covid protocols, we do wish the breakfast had been a bit more substantial to sustain us for the next leg of our trip, but given the circumstances it was appreciated. Friendly staff and a clean room made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing.

Convenient to I-90 and a nearby good restaurant with some nice outdoor seating. Most everything in hotel was good but the bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed clean. We are on a cross country trip with a young child and the pool is always a critical element. The pool was too cold which made for a disappointing short swim.

We always enjoy our stays here, they have polite friendly staff and the rooms are clean and well kept. This hotel allows pets and they have several nice pet areas with bags available. Breakfast has a large variety of options available.

A pretty good hotel. The pool and hot tub had a pretty high chlorine content which was not the nicest but all together it was a good stay. Missoula is a nice town to visit. I just wish we had longer to stay.

Staff was on their A game throughout the whole stay. Rooms were spotless when we arrived with no toxic smells of cleaning chemicals, a big plus for me and my wife. Room was well appointed with all the basics and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was filling but we only ate it once during our stay, then chosen outside restaurants. Coffee is always on with cookies in the afternoon.

I got to hotel, staff and clerks were very helpful and courteous. The room was awesome and the pool, steam room, and sauna were great. The surrounding area had different types of restaurants to choose from.

Grant Creek Inn BW, is an outstanding destination, well located for all the activities and key Missoula attraction in the area. Very accommodating, relaxing and always a pleasure to experience. The Breakfast Bar is fabulous, great coffee and excellent selection of food items.

We've stayed at this place two times about 18 months in between. It's one of the best and maybe the best we've stayed at. Very modern and pleasant. If I had any criticism it would be the steps that customers use to go to the pizza restaurant nearby have a damaged railing that really detracts from the appearance from that angle. It could use a little TLC and cleaning in the area. The hotel itself is just about perfect.

My partner and I chose to stay at the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn for one night on a cross-country drive because it allows cats (you need to call in advance to reserve a pet room, and there is an additional charge for the little furball). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. All in all, highly recommended!

Service is always fantastic thanks to the front desk manned by Hunter Cordier! That guy is absolutely amazing at his job! That guy is going places in the future that's for sure! Rooms are always clean and neat and extremely comfortable! Always a great stay here.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check in was quick and friendly, the room was clean and spacious (having 2 sinks is a big bonus with 4 people), it was very dog friendly, breakfast (as hotel breakfasts during Covid go) was very good. Excellent variety of hot items (Premade breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos) as well as fruit, yogurt and other cold items. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. The pool hot tub and sauna room were great too. Would definitely stay here again anytime we travel with pets.

Easy access of the interstate, very clean, front desk was fast & friendly. We stayed in the King/Queen suite with fireplace. Very very nice room! We didn't have time to us the other amenities but if they were anything like the room, you will be pleased.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff was amazing and the room was perfect! Best nights sleep I had during our trip! Haven't stayed in a Best Western for a long time but I will definitely be looking for one on our next trip!

We were looking for a clean room, comfortable bed and one that excepted dogs. We found all of that at your hotel. Great bed, very nicely decorated and clean room. It was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great with your homemade items and coffee good. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Missoula on our way home from a week long vacation. As a family of five it can be hard to find a room we don't feel cramped together in but the room we had here was perfect. It had enough space for everyone to stretch out plus a separate bedroom area which was helpful with the kids. The room was clean and had everything we could need. The people who checked us in were friendly and easy to work with. They even had a pretty large breakfast selection which was impressive since Covid has made that so much more difficult. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in Missoula

We have stayed here at least 4-5 times. At least twice during pandemic. We love the location of the hotel in Missoula. We appreciate that it's dog friendly. Reasonably friendly. We booked online through the Best Western site and even prechecked in. Under comments we said we need dog friendly room. Under precheck in comments, we put prefer room away from elevator or stairs because noise can trigger our dog to bark. So behold, when we checked in, we were given room by elevator. Essentially told take it or pay more for alternative. Great customer service, given we were tired from our journey from Jackson Wyoming, we took the room by elevator. Hopefully front desk didn't get complaints when noises from elevator triggered occasional bark from our girl. Room was clean. Actual breakfast service was fine. The initial check-in reception was disappointing.

The room had a few issues but the staff is amazing and everything was handled super fast! Pool, sauna, steam room, breakfast were all great. The room freezer was not working right so I let the front desk know and they very quickly apologized, changed out the fridge/freezer, gave me a small discount (which I didn't even ask for) and called later just to check up on me!

I was driving my puppy from Sioux City, Iowa to Seattle, WA and took one of the night stops here... Was a great experience. Friendly staff who made great recommendations about what I could order to eat in my room since it was so late at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit this city again.

Check in was fast. Room was nice. They actually give you two bottles of water for FREE! That's two items that costs them less than 50 cents and most places charge you two or three dollars for. Excellent location. Restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was a great benefit during Covid. The items were hot, wrapped individually in foil to stay warm. Tables were cleaned immediately after a guest vacating. Too many pets in the building for my liking but I didn't realize they allowed pets so that's my own fault. Great place to stay if you are traveling with your pets.

The room was really nice, very comfortable beds, love that they have a pool and breakfast! We slept great and would recommend this hotel to everyone!! There is a convenient store close and Cracker Barrel just across the road so it was everything you needed close.

The front desk team went above and beyond. The hotel was the perfect cozy stop on a long trip, and we felt refreshed the next day. Everything was so clean, and the amenities in the suite were new and so convenient. Most of all, the guest services team was so kind.

Clean property and room, and we were happy to witness mask enforcement — and guests willing to comply. Staff (and guests) we encountered were all nice and friendly. We requested a quiet room and received one overlooking the grassy hill behind the building. While by no means was the view scenic, it was a quiet experience. The double queen room felt smaller than most, but was well-equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, two complimentary bottles of water, an extra sink (I called it the wet bar), and the largest television we've seen in a hotel bedroom. The mattress was too soft (or worn); it's probably fine for most, but not those with back problems. As of our March stay, breakfast is currently a self-serve buffet of pre-packaged foods, a step toward a return to “normal.” Food and beverage selection was adequate, the quality okay/average. Overall, ours was a pleasant stay, one we would happily repeat.

We are in the process of moving to Montana and this hotel is our halfway stop. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. MacKenzie River Pizza is right next door and has great food options.

Trying to the beat the snow and found this place on the edge of town. Quiet and clean quarters, mattress a little too soft, with direct lights on either side of the bed. That made it great for reading, but the rest of the room was so dark we needed our phone flashlight just to see inside our suitcase! No, there weren't any burned out bulbs, just not enough light. Have phone, create light! All good.

I travel for business a great deal and usually try to use Best Western hotels. This hotel was very clean and attractive. The two people who checked me in were thorough, friendly, and efficient. I was ready to be done with the busy day and relax in the room. I found a little poster placed by the TV. It was a wish or prayer for travelers, and yet I realized It was the hotel management's focus. It was something I had never encountered before. I valued what was written in those few lines. It made me realize the management of this hotel was dedicated to their guests.

This is a nice quite, friendly hotel, conveniently located at the end of Reserve Street in Missoula! The pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were all very nice as well! It seemed like a fair price for this time of the year anyway! The fitness center has some nice equipment in it also!

As soon as I arrived I was treated with so much care from the explanation of the COVID-19 precautions, to a treat bag for my dog. The room itself was spacious, modern, and clean. The to-go breakfast option was ready exactly when we ordered it to be and was a lifesaver in getting us out the door in the morning to continue on our roadtrip. Overall an absolutely great stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Missoula area.

We stayed during Christmas Week and we were gratified to see the careful precautions taken by staff and management to improve guest safety during the pandemic. Luggage cart sanitized after each use. Room spotless. Staff always masked. Breakfast provided in grab-n-go bags for each guest after ordering the previous evening — including hot options. Terrific how well this inn managed a potentially hazardous time for travelers.

The Best Western Grant Creek was a gem. Everything was clean and spotless, we did not worry about staying here. We did not have much interface with the staff, but when we did they were outstanding. The property is convenient to the freeway, but was also very quiet. Highly recommend!

The entire facility was very clean and neatly decorated. The bed was super comfortable, the fireplace was so cozy, the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious - during COVID the facility was still able to provide a hot breakfast. The hot tub and pool area was very clean and nice.

NIce, clean hotel. The location right off of the highway was perfect for us. Also, we had the opportunity to eat at Hoagieville!, which we had not had the experience in 20 years. The next time we are in Missoula we will stay there, again.

My friend and I stayed here with my 2 small dogs on our cross country drive moving me from WA to KY. The Grant Creek Inn was by far the BEST Best Western Plus I have ever stayed in! Lane was very welcoming and I love that they had little welcome good bags for the dogs!! Sooo pet friendly!! The location is fantastic with several restaurants very close. They did a great job of providing COVID-19 friendly breakfast (and warm at that!). We liked being able to order off their selections and the have it waiting for us in the morning. If I ever find myself in Missoula again for an overnight stay this is the place!

Very clean room and staff was excellent. Only issue we had was the internet was very weak and we kept getting kicked off. It was,however, snowing like crazy and we believe that was the cause of the internet weakness.

We were easily able to get a last minute reservation, efficient check-in and super clean accommodations. We needed to do laundry and were able to do so without any wait. The room size was mid range compared to other Best Westerns we stayed at on our two week trip, but was comfortable and provided everything we needed. I liked their breakfast system of designating a time your grab and go bag would be picked up. Lots of choices and was ready on-time. Good location with many of restaurants nearby.

Traveling across Montana this was a good stay. I like Whitefish and Shelby better but this was pretty good. It was very busy I guess being right by the freeway but the room was nice. A little smaller than some other locations but it was very clean and I did sleep well. The breakfast was not bad beings the grab and go bag thing because of covid 19. At least they had hot choices and it was ready for pick up right on time.

Convenient location near the interstate, shopping & restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown. Room was clean and everything worked properly, fast Wi-Fi. Had a misunderstanding regarding breakfast arrangements, but the morning staff fixed the issue. Nice fitness room still available during Covid. Only concerns were noise from room above & water in shower was lukewarm all the time. I was on the 3rd floor. Nice view out the window. I would stay here again.

Best Western Diamond Select and have have never been treated better at any Best Western we've stayed at!! We spend 15 nights a year and have yet to find a better place! This hotel is awesome! From the staff, to to the unbelievable HOT Breakfast. They actually have an egg McMuffin on their menu. NO BODY! Has a hot breakfast with this COVID @%$&* going on. But they do! Great customer service and the even put my name on their reader board when we arrived. Nice to be recognized and noted!

Easy access to freeway, professional and knowledgeable staff. Like new and very clean. Doing a great job implementing and following all COVID requirements. Reasonably priced for excellent facility. We were driving across the country in a very tight timeframe. Called at last minute to book from the road and they were very accommodating.

This place looks great from the outside, the lobby area and in the rooms as well. Recent renovations make this place look great. However.....the walls and flooring are thin. The building was built in the 90's and they can't really do anything to fix the noise coming through the walls or ceiling. I did speak to the manager. I've staying in BW throughout the years and I won't stay here again. No matter how nice the renovations are, nothing can take the place of a good night sleep. Additionally, the lady checking out in front of me, loudly complained about the noise and 2 other folks on my floor, in passing, experienced the same noise as we did.

The hotel is conveniently located and is very clean. Our room was great! The staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcome. Hunter at the front desk was especially helpful! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I've stayed at several places in Missoula and this is one of the better places I've stayed. I typically lean toward Best Western Plus and this place is right in line with what we experience. The place is clean, staff was friendly and helpful, easy check in and out.

I stayed at the Best Western Grant's Creek in Missoula on September 13, having driven out of the smoke of Portland. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. First, there is a Tesla supercharger installation on site, key to my travels. The hotel was fully compliant with CDC pandemic guidelines - a must. The most distinguishing feature, however, was the opportunity to order breakfast off a menu and have your individualized selection avail for pickup in the lobby at your chosen time. This is in contrast with the bag breakfast of fruit, muffin, and - perhaps - yogurt I encountered at other hotels on my trip. While most hotels were good, this was the best place I stayed ...a superior experience.

Hunter was so great. we arrived late at night and he helped us and made us feel at home. also the breakfast was perfect - pick it up on the way out - just right in these covid days. We were comfortable and safe. Clean. Clean. Clean. Good place for anyone.

My stay on 8/30/2020 I booked a last minute king room on booking.com. Upon check-in I inquired to make sure we were in a king room and was told we were actually in a double queen room when I told the man I booked a king room he said okay no problem we will get you switched over to that and I will give you a discount for the mix up. Great I thought, so we finished checking in and proceeded to our room. Once we arrived in our room and some time passed I recieved an email with a receipt. The receipt was more than I was quoted on a room and no discount. When I went downstairs to speak to the man I was greeted by a different man and when I asked him to confirm my rate for my stay he was very hesitant to tell me and was very short. I then showed him my email and said I was quoted one price and I believe I was over charged. Which I was never told, never agreed upon and never signed any piece of paper on how much my stay was so I assumed the statement I received was right. I am an avid traveler and have to stay at hotels from time to time. I was very disappointed with how I was treated and after the fact I was still over charged!! Not very accommodating and I will not be back.

We had been having terrible experiences as we went across the plains into the mountains. So the bar was pretty low. We walked into this hotel and knew we finally were receiving the accommodations we expect. The parking lot is clean. The entrance is well lit. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. It was a fast checkin process. The hotel is very clean. The workers respect social distancing and face mask wearing. The hotel was also very quiet inspire of all the guests. My favorite part was the breakfast. You order it the night before and pick it up the next morning in the lobby. It was fast and fresh. The best hotel breakfast experience on our two-week trip.

We have stayed here several times, in fact we will only stay here when we are in town. The service is excellent, they are so helpful and friendly. They are always asking to see if there is anything they an do to make our stay more comfortable. They know the area and have given us several referrals to places to go and dine. THe service can not be beat, and value is great always have been happy with our rooms cleanliness and comfort.

This hotel did a great job from check in to check out. Check in was quick we made it up to the room and order breakfast for the next day. We stayed in a two queen suite on the 4th floor. Our room was large and clean. They were using a special spray to make sure the rooms were clean. Because of COVID they did not offer house keeping during our stay but it was very easy to get new towels and remove the trash. The choices for breakfast were great, and if you didn't like anything the hotel is right next to a Starbucks and a Cracker Barrel. You had to sign up to use the pool and we were able to get right in. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice. We will stay here again when we travel cross country.

Checking was unusually long. They had to check to make sure my room was ready (at 7pm) The tv was on and the toilet seat was up. Everything else appeared clean and normal. Noise travels easily between floors, Bed is low to the floor and squeaks. The hvac system doesn't blow cold air. When I looked at the thermostat it was set to 50 and fan on high. Called the front desk and was told by the guy to set it to auto. Another hour past, still hot. Called the desk again and a now a woman answered and appeared to be frustrated or annoyed. Said she'd check to see if someone was available. The thermostat looks old. I asked if this was a common problem and she became defensive and stayed the whole hvac system was replaced. Thermostat looks like it's circa 1980s Update. Repairman came in and said it's blowing 57 degrees on his portable thermometer. Still too warm to sleep with a just a sheet on. No fans available. He did confirm the hvac is old in my room.... For $150 I recommend looking elsewhere for a good nights sleep.

This Hotel was fantastic on the way in. On the way out however, you failed miserably. your staff has absolutely no legal authority to talk to me about my well being when it comes to fear and hatred. Your front counter person took it upon herself to threaten me with this Mask crap you have going on up there. I highly doubt she has any idea on how laws are created. If she did, she would have know that a Mandate is not a law. you have absolutely no right whatsoever to tell what to wear and when. Train your employees to keep their traps shut and do their jobs. I will be filing complaints with both BW corporate as well as the BBB in Montana. In addition to that I will be sharing my experience on Facebook, Yelp and Trip Advisor. I will be informing the public just how ignorant this hotel is. And no, I am not happy, I don't want your points, you "I'm sorry's" non of that fixes the problem. You need to wake up to the facts and keep your opinions to yourself.

I have been traveling despite the Covid pandemic so I have seen how hotels are operating during these times and found this hotel on the top of my list. The rooms had a new feeling and they were spotless. You could tell the next morning how the cleaning crew know what they are doing. They also spray each room after each stay. But to top it off, this hotel found a way to still make breakfast meaningful, safe and enjoyable through their process of providing a list of things to order in advance. The selection was great and the food good. As seen in other reviews, I requested a north facing room away from traffic noise and it was perfectly quiet so much so that I could keep the window open.

All staff I interacted with were pleasant, helpful and friendly. They had a great setup for ordering breakfast (with several breakfast items to choose from) the evening prior and the items ordered were placed in a sack for pickup in the lobby area at the designated order time. This was helpful during the pandemic. Easy check in and check out process.

After disappointing stay at two hotels on Reserve Street just south of the interstate, we tried Grant Creek. Seems to be a newer building, well-maintained and staffed. Mandatory masks order had just taken effect, so all were in compliance. Paper order form for bagged breakfast had extensive options of pre-packaged or prepared food, even hard-boiled egg and yogurt parfait. No housekeeping per COVID restrictions but manageable for three-day stay. Starbucks and gas station nearby; Cracker Barrel one block away. Quiet but short access to I90.

This staff at this hotel always exceed my expectations. I have stayed here many times and they always are superior in their service and cleanliness. They always go above and beyond what a normal hotel does and I always feel welcome.

The room was fine, staff just OK. Room had one wash cloth, zero hand towels. Got home and looked at our CC account and had 3 different billings for a one night stay. To top it off 3 different prices. for the one night stay.

We checked in late. Definitely felt like Hotel was following. Best Westerns COVID procedures. They had a great selection for Grab and Go breakfasts in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel, it's close to coffee, restaurants, gas and not too far from the shopping areas and right off the freeway for travelers. It is very clean and quiet the rooms are very spacious. There is plenty of space for walking your dogs.

We called to get a room at the last minute. We were fortunate to get the last room available due to Covid. They handed out letters explaining their policies and how they are keeping rooms empty 1-3 days after check out to be sure they are thoroughly clean. The food options are limited due to Covid- not their fault. There was a Starbucks, pizza place, and gas station with in walking distance. Traveled across the country and this was our second/first favorite Best Western on our entire trip.

On our way from Texas to Washington state we stayed at three Best Western Plus hotels. Clearly each has their own guidelines for operating. We have stayed here before and I expected good things from this BWP. They delivered. Of note: the desk clerk was wearing a mask; we were given a full page document on how they are handling covid issues (for example, not booking the same room two days in a row if they can help it); we were given a doggie treat bag at check-in; we had 3 bottles of water in the room; got a phone call from the front desk asking if everything in the room was okay; there was a tv channel guide; dorm size fridge with freezer; ac/dc and cable charging outlets on table, desk and lamps; breakfast to go orders with usual offerings (not just continental breakfast in a bag). EVERY one of these items were offered by this BWP and not by any other we stayed at on this trip. We are Reward/Loyalty members - shouldn't we get bottles of water and doggie treats at every BWP we stay at? This BWP does it right. I recommend the restaurant that's directly in front of the hotel - McKenzie River Pizza Company.

Very clean and stylish rooms. This is one of our favorite hotels when we travel cross country. This hotel is also being proactive on infection control procedures. The lobby is spacious and I noticed staff sanitizing high touch items.

Loved the room, but didn't have sheets for the pull out, so we improvised (when we asked for an extra blanket, it felt like we were interrupting the night staff). The beds were very comfortable. Decor was stylish and felt like home.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating despite these challenging times. They made us feel welcomed and safe along with following all the new restrictions. Excellent amenities for a moderate price, facility is updated and clean. We highly recommend this site.

What a nice place. The staff at the front desk was great, both wore masks at all times and hand sanitizer was readily available. Our room was lovely and looked out over the terrain. Very peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable with a pleasant decor. The bed was comfy and bathroom was spotless. We had trouble with the tv remote trying to fix CC on the tv. Called the front desk and within a couple minutes we had the night manager in our room working on it. We worked for nearly 5 minutes but were successful. Great customer service. Really liked the way they did breakfast. We ordered from a special menu the night before, chose a time for pickup and had our breakfast ready to grab and go. Great idea. Loved the hotel and love Missoula so will definitely stay there again.

Everything about this property was up-to-par except for (1) the noise and (2) the toilets. THE GOOD: The location, the staff, the decor, the pool, internet, etc. were wonderful. THE BAD: I was initially put in a room on the 2nd floor that must have been directly above the generators because when I was in bed I felt like I was in a bed that had the old "magic fingers" function. In addition to the vibration it was very noisy. They moved me to a room on the 4th floor that didn't have the vibration, but the noise from the HVAC system was very obnoxious. I also found the mattresses just "a bit" on the hard side, but that is probably because I sleep on memory foam at home.

We stayed in this Best Western on.a recent cross country road trip and loved the property! Even though the hotel was pretty full, it was still very clean and inviting. The room was beautifully decorated with an upscale, modern cabin feel and upgraded finishes. There was extra seating, a very comfortable bed and plenty of parking. There was even room in the parking lot for our UHaul truck and three other UHaul trucks besides. When we stayed in early June, the hotel was doing an excellent, customized grab and go breakfast. You got a menu at check-in and were encouraged to order what you wanted from several options including breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cheese, snack foods, and lots of other choices. I even got a gluten-free muffin which was delicious! The next morning your bag was available for pickup in the lobby at your requested time. There is also a Starbucks next door if you want that instead. I was nervous to travel during the pandemic but this hotel made our experience very enjoyable. COVID 19 has made lots of extra work for the hospitality industry and we appreciate this Best Western's extra efforts. And if you're in the parking lot in the early morning, you might be lucky enough to see some local wildlife. We saw two different species of raptors circling overhead as they looked for breakfast.

I had recently stayed with Best Western and had a outstanding experience in Idaho Falls so this hotel did not meet my expectations. There was dirt in between stuff in my room along with food behind the chair that my dogs ended up eating. The toilet seat broke while we were there and I figured they wouldn't fix it because of the covid-19, which meant they would not come in my room. They were not very friendly. They were under staffed so we had to wait every time we needed something. No vending machines so we had to wait 5 minutes to buy a soda. Not a horrible experience but not great either.

My apologies to the Best Western Plus Grant Street Inn for the delay in posting this review. I truly thought I had shared my positive and enthusiastic opinion of this location. This spot was elected for a very special weekend and the Grant Creek Inn did not disappoint. I booked the fireplace King Suite and was pleased with all aspects. The bed was more then comfortable, just the right amount of firmness and soft comfort. The pillows abundant and with different degrees of firmness to match anyone's taste. The fireplace is not only visible from the sitting room, but also from the bed. I cannot think of any more romantic setting to spend time with the woman I love. The breakfast we shared the next morning was delicious. It was fresh, hot and with many varied choices. The attendants very helpful and kind. This was a little bit more than I normally would spend on a hotel, but it was worth every dollar in the memories created with this stay.

4th best Western hotel on our cross country trip during covid 19 when we didn't want to fly. Best place we stayed in. Easy access from interstate. All staff we saw wore masks. Beautiful lobby and nice dining area. Unfortunately closed. Hotel provided grab and go bag or limited room service type breakfast which was bagged and left on counter at dining room. We selected breakfast sandwiches which were so good. Esp after 3 previous breakfasts of our own cold cereal in our cooler! Room very nice. We would 100% stay here again.

First of all I commend the GM, Whitney Bergmann for the letter in our room outlining their cleaning practices during the Covid outbreak. They wait three days between each checkout to clean and sanitize the room for the next guest. Public areas are cleaned frequently through out the day as well. Our room was spotless as well as nicely appointed. The room was huge with a king bed, sofa and chair, coffee table, desk and chair and plenty of bedside plug ins. The bathroom was large and stocked with nice citrus smelling amenities. There is a separate nook for the coffee implements. A 'grab and go" menu lets you choose a to go breakfast which you pick up at the front desk in lieu of dining in the breakfast area. We enjoyed out visit and applaud the amazing effort by staff to prevent the spread of the Covid virus.

We stopped here in transit from the Pacific Northwest to Denver. The hotel is in a great location off I-90. There is a pizza restaurant (with a walkway from the hotel) across the parking lot, a gas station and mini mart and a Starbucks within half a block from the hotel. If you are making a quick, overnight stop here while traveling, this is the convenient place to stop. The hotel was newly remodeled and the rooms are quite nice. We were traveling during the Covid outbreak but they gave us a breakfast menu the night before. We chose our ingredients and they created a bagged breakfast for each of us to pick up on the way out. The service was good and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

When we checked in the clerk was friendly and very helpful. I felt like part of the family. The staff at your location was extremely gracious, helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to your location and stay there again. Thank you for making our lodging experience a memorable one.

We stay here on our trip home from California every year, this is definitely one of our favourite hotels in North America or Europe. I must say this requirement to write at least 200 words is unbelievable dumb. I have got to this point in the past and just quite. If you continue this requirement count me out.

We stayed one night at the Missoula location. We stayed just as the COVID 19, outbreak was getting bad, but the staff were very conscientious about cleaning at the front desk and around the facility. We were given a very nice "bag" breakfast since they were required to shut down the buffet due to the virus outbreak. All the staff were super friendly and answered all of our questions about the area and what would be open at this time. We have stayed at this location in the past, and have always had a great experience. We also love the beds and pillows that are in this location - very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel and spent about $1,000. The room 400 floor was filthy and was worse after it had supposedly been cleaned. Room 400 is a suite with a fireplace ambiance advertised with a higher charge. However, no flame is visible besides the pilot light. Maintenance said they did not know how to operate the unit. Breakfast foods were all factory made and fat except for the fresh fruit. Will not stay again.

My wife and I have stayed here several times on some of our trips from Western Washington on our way to Chicago. We have become so satisfied with our experience at this hotel we feel like it's more like visiting some family that we get to see from time to time. Our check in experience always exceeds our expectations. Often times we get checked in by Hunter, who is always pleasant and welcomes us to our home away from home. It's location is excellent as it is right off Interstate 90, and close to many great places to eat. We have stayed in the past at other hotels in the area but now choose Grant Creek due to their excellent customer service.

This is our second time at the BW Plus Grant Creek Inn and we returned because we just love it. We booked a King Suite with separate living room and bedroom. It had just be renovated and it was beautiful. They do accept pets so that worked out perfectly. They have a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room along with a nice fitness center. The hot tub and pool were perfect. My husband did report that the steam room was extremely hot and the sauna was not. The breakfast was so nice. In addition to the usual breakfast food of eggs, waffles, etc. they had fresh fruit, sliced cheese, cottage cheese, etc. No problem making a healthy choice. It's located next to a restaurant as well so very convenient. The staff is super nice too.

On the road, booked online. They were able to accommodate with a great room at a reasonable price! Breakfast was great and and the lady taking care of the breakfast area was very friendly and inviting!

From the friendly check in to the great breakfast options, we love this Best Western. The staff is very friendly and completely accommodating. When we stay in Missoula, we only stay here. Loved that our bathroom sink was actually in the bathroom.

This is an excellent destination for any stay in the Missoula area. The location is superb with access to fine dinning, shopping and the heart of down town Missoula. Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy themselves while taking in the Missoula Valley.

the place is really nice with a sauna, steam room , hot tub, and pool. fantastic breakfast with everything you need from waffles to ham and scrabbled eggs. the place is located just off of I-90 and close to eats.

The hotel is being remodeled, however you do not hear or see any of the work. Remodeled rooms are very nice and clean. Enjoyable stay. Had lots of features along with a very nice breakfast spread every morning.

Other than issues with WiFi and the inability of staff to rectify the situation, the stay was very good. One has to stop in and stay just to meet the lady who looks after the breakfast room. She is so bubbly, friendly and hard working. The mother that everyone wishes they had!

This is a well kept, good value place with a good breakfast, staff and rooms. Best thing for a dog owner is the city walking trail that starts across the street and takes you up past the elk rehabilitation centre. Your pooch will love it. One thing you'd better watch out for, though, is the paper thin walls. We heard way too much from the couple next door.

I enjoy this hotel as it is right off of the freeway and has easy access when traveling through Montana. I enjoy the breakfast that is here and the staff is particularly helpful as well. I have even found that calling and making reservations directly with the property fo be quite helpful as well.

It was a lovely hotel, very quiet, elevator for the 2nd floor which is handy especially for our group size . Awesome complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, didn't hear any other guests. Location is near gas stations.

I Love this Hotel!. Long drive from southwest Washington had us tired and ready to relax when we got here and the large new T.V. and beautiful modern decor make that very easy. Lots of options around for food including Pizza across the parking lot. Next to gas station and a Starbucks. Ready for the road in the morning. GREAT breakfast here! Way above average! Topper was we were allowed to use our Best Western rewards points for a free room here in July! Very rare to have such a beautiful Hotel available for a free, points stay in summer peak. Thank you Grant Creek Inn! We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Only drawback was traveling with our dog, they put us on 2nd floor so had to carry kennel up and down flights of stairs. Otherwise, all was great! There is even a Starbucks right next door!

Had a wonderful, restful stay on a cold, snowy night. After a long day in the car our kids needed to get wiggles out. Even though the pool was out of service they made things right. This was the best stay of our family road trip.

This hotel is always a great option in Missoula. It is not close to downtown but freeway access makes it easy to get where you need to go. The employees are always friendly. The breakfast crew does an amazing job of keeping everything clean and food available.

We have stayed here before. This time is was very cold outside and also in our room. When we complained, they went and turned the thermostat up to 85 degrees. By about 1:30 a.m., it did warm up. When we mentioned it the next morning, they said, oh it is so cold outside. What does that have to do with anything!! Maybe they better upgrade their heating system. Their breakfast was the best I've ever seen and the lady in charge of the kitchen was so friendly and helpful. Did not use the shower because whenever we turned on the water there was the most horrible sewer smell. Did not complain about that, but next time i sure will!

An older hotel which is mostly obvious by the lack of insulation between floors. I have stayed here several times and I think in the future I will specify the top floors. Always seems to be kids or dogs above us. THe desk staff is great and the breakfast is over the top, probably the best breakfast I have ever has in a hotel/motel.

I have always stayed at a different hotel when in Missoula but this time I was traveling with my dogs and needed a pet friendly location. I was more than pleased when I was treated as a regular guest, unlike some places I have stayed in the past that stick pet owners in the worst possible (smoking) room just because I travel with dogs. Not to mention charging a per dog fee and a cleaning deposit. This was by far the most pet friendly establishment I have stayed at. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love this Best Western and will stay here again when in Missoula, with or without my dogs.

One of the nicest Best Western Inns we've stayed at lately. It appears to be fairly new so everything was really nice and fresh. Our room was big. We did have some noise because we had a room above us with some people who apparently didn't know how to walk softly but that's really not the fault of the hotel. We would stay there again if we're in the area. It's easy to find off the freeway and easy to get on and off there.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. When I stay in Missoula I automatically book this hotel. Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, staff is very efficient and pleasant to speak with, and it is in a very good location. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

Stayed one night in a King/Queen suite which was reasonably priced. Lots of room and private area for the King. Everything was new and the separate vanity area was helpful with multiple people getting ready in the morning. Would stay here for again for sure if traveling through Missoula.

Stayed here on my journey from Alaska to Colorado. This is a great place to stay. Nearby food, Gas Station. Easy on and off Interstate 90. Lots of parking. I had no problems with my truck and trailer getting around. I recommend this hotel. I have status with BW and I don't know if wifi is free to all...

This was a great place -- comfy, with a two-room fireplace. Great set-up and service. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Good pizza place in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Missoula.

Nice hotel,except never accept a room on South Side of swimming pool. On 4th Floor (432) great view of hotel vehicle with garbage in it, and several A/C fans running all night. Couldn't open window for fresh air due to thel large fans running. Hotel breakfast good and nice staff.

During the month-long road trip I recently went on with my family, I was exposed to the Best Western Plus brand for the first time and I tell you, it grew on me quickly. It'll be one of the brands I consistently look for in future travels. The Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn was magnificent for the price. The room was clean, smelled fresh and the beds were comfortable. It's located near a bunch of restaurants. We went to McKenzie River Pizza next door for dinner, which was great, but stayed for the breakfast, which was top notch. Plenty of hot and cold options, not too crowded, but not a ghost town either. I really can't find anything to be picky about, and that's a great stay in my opinion.

We recently had the pleasure to stay at this Best Western. The staff were very pleasant and hotel clean. While sleeping, you weren't awaken with outside noise. We would highly recommend this location.

I stayed a total of 2 nights and it was an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was also very good. I came on a Harley Davidson and it was nice to have a wash station as I had traveled on a dirt road for quite awhile and it helped clean off the dust for my travels.

I have to stay in Missoula a lot and most of the hotels have been....underwhelming. However, this one was a nice change. I brought my dog and although there's a pet fee ($15), the hotel gave my dog some treats when I checked in and was kind enough to grant my request of a first floor room so I could easily bring her crate in. Seemed like the walls weren't quite as thin as seems normal in hotels--although the barking dog nextdoor was still pretty audible and annoying. Breakfast was very good, staff was very courteous. Room was clean and the air conditioner actually worked and wasn't loud---another thing that most hotels don't seem to bother fixing anymore. Overall a very positive experience.

We stayed one night on our way home from a wedding. The location was easily accessible with a very good pizzza/pasta restaurant next door. The room was clean and the staff here were very friendly. The breakfast was also really good.

Great location just off the interstate and at the quiet end of the busy Reserve Street (restaurants, shopping, etc). Plenty of parking with a mediocre pizza restaurant, no affiliation to the hotel, within close walking distance. Friendly staff. Great breakfast offering. Missoula is very expensive and over priced in peak tourist season so expect to pay a premium. The hotel is comfortable with above average size rooms. However, the room temperature control and air conditioning was USELESS. Not what you want on a hot August day. I entered my room and the thermostat said 60. It wasn't 60. It was warm. I called the front desk and asked if maintenance could check the AC out while I went out for dinner. When I returned maintenance had been there but the room was no cooler. The apparent "fix" was to turn the temperature down to 50 and hope for the best. It wasn't 50. The hotel was fully booked so I had no option but to stay in the same room. A hotel can do most everything right. This hotel does. However, when the temperature is uncomfortable, it's hard to sleep and the guest is uncomfortable, it ruins the entire stay / experience. If you like your room warm and uncomfortable for a premium price this is the Best Western for you.

Clean rooms and common areas. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well styled. Very nice breakfast buffet with the sweetest breakfast host. Staff was friendly and helpful. RV and Truck parking available.

We checked in late for a one night stay and everything went well. Nice hotel and facilities, did not deal with staff much, late checkin at front desk was good and quick, breakfast staff were good and had food items stocked up.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. This BW is easy to locate as it is right off I-90. The breakfast is way up there, far above the normal breakfast fare. Very friendly staff.

Convenient off freeway. Excellent breakfast. Starbucks about 100 yards away. Not sure why the review has to be 200 character minimum makes leaving a review laborious. A good idea would be to reduce the minimum to about 75.

Love this hotel, rooms are the best, very clean. The breakfest is great too. The staff are super friendly, I always have a great stay when I am in town. You need to try one of their suites, they are the best.

Front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There were 2 free water bottles waiting for us in the room. My only complaint was the overly soft pillows. Right after we got into the room, a dog next door started yapping, then it started howling. Concerned about our night's sleep, I called down to the front desk. They took care of it immediately, never heard anymore dog noises. There was a 4 hour window for breakfast. Breakfast was very good with many choices of hot food. Many juice choices including POG. We did have to call the front desk to find the hotel, it is tucked up against the mountain behind the Starbucks.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Glacier National Park. My husband said it was his favorite of all the places we stayed this trip. The first night we booked a fireplace suite. The room was amazing more like an apartment. I didn't realize the fireplace would be an actual gas fireplace though (so many places have electric ones these days) so we didn't use it during the summer heat. We also booked a room here to stay before flying out at the end of our trip. It was a regular king room and also very nice. They have a nice breakfast and good wi-fi. There is a Starbucks and McKenzie River Pizza within easy walking distance. The pool was nice but chilly. Also the door to the outside had been left open and there was a strong wind that resulted in a lot of plant debris from outside ending up in the pool. The whirlpool worked well. They also have an exercise room, steam room, and sauna. We were able to return our rental car a day early and take their shuttle to the airport for our afternoon flight the next day. The employees were all very friendly.

The friendly helpful staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. The room was arranged nicely and the lights were easy to find and turn on (sometimes it's a mystery) A very comfortable bed with high quality bedding and a great breakfast will have us visiting again!! We will in fact book that same room if possible!

All members of the staff were very friendly and willing to help. It had a very good selection at the breakfast buffet. The indoor pool is large so you can real swim. It is located close to the interstate but we couldn't her it in our room.

My perception of a Best Western was old, outdated. NOT THIS ONE! Super modern, great, friendly, helpful employees, the best breakfast you've ever had at a hotel . . . don't miss this hotel. It is NOT your father's/grandfather's Best Western.

I have started staying at Best Western Plus Hotels and have been totally satisfied with the experience. It is definitely the “Pick of the litter” in the middle price range hotel group. This one, in particular, had a Five Star staff and was a stand out of the other Plus properties I have visited They are equal or exceed the level of many full service Marriott and Hyatt properties I have stayed. Great staff, top of the price range hot breakfast, and very comfortable bed.

The Grant Creek Best Western certainly stepped up tot he plate with their latest remodel. Our king room was everything promised, new decor, spacious room to move around, huge big screen TV and everything worked! The breakfast area was a very nice surprise with many more items to choose from since our last stay. And although I didn't keep track of names, everyone from the front desk staff to the janitorial crew were extremely accommodating, cheerful and went out of their way to offer assistance. They most certainly have the local Missoula Hilton brands topped in service and price and this place is now our "go to" choice for stays in the area.

Arrived at 9.00pm - easy to find off I-90 exit 101. Reception team were on the button - really friendly and efficient. Helped us find a great restaurant even at a late hour on Sunday night. Used the hotel shuttle to get there. Room was excellent - sizeable, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast in the morning and bill had no surprises. Would definitely recommend this chain, and definitely stay again.

We discovered through the janitor that our king room was the first of the coming Fall remodel, so we took note of: Good - fast hair dryer; nice TV; attractive layout and furniture. Comments: why make visitors reach over the toilet with wet hands to get to the towel rack? There was no "fan only" option on the HVAC. The lights over the mirror were not centered over the sink, making shaving less easy, and the mirror frame blocked the light. The toilet paper holder is too far back for easy reach. There is no overhead light in the main room. The bathtub shower valve was loose. The floor lamp was placed so that the foot pedal on-off switch was hidden under the curtain; took several minutes to find the switch. Liked the furniture.

The check in team were all very friendly and helpful from the actual check in to recommending places to go for dinner. The hotel provided a shuttle to take us wherever we wanted to go for a minor fee and the rooms were great,

This is my second stay here and I cannot say enough great things about the comfortable rooms, the friendly and helpful staff and the full breakfast served here...………….Yum! A close drive to historic downtown Missoula and the University.

After a long day of traveling from Stanley, Id to Missoula, Mt it was so nice to have a clean, quite and restful place to spend the night. Located right off the interstate with choices of places to eat near by. The staff are all friendly and the morning breakfast is above expectations. Try it....you'll not be disappointed!

Hotel was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although the hotel is a few miles from downtown, the location is very close to the interstate making it great for road travelers. All the amenities worked as advertised, and the free hot breakfast is certainly a plus. Access to downtown (by car) is easy.

this is how all motel properties should be run and no reason to go elsewhere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great breakfast, hard for me to admit, and lots of channel choices, outside of town so quiet, convenient to the Triumph dealer

This was our first trip to Missoula, so we chose this place based on reviews and stayed three nights in a suite with a king-size bed. We were very pleased! Turnkey, the rate worked out to be $223/night, which we felt was reasonable for the extra space of a suite. We wanted a separate area where one person could read with the light on while the other slept in the dark, and the suite provided that. Another plus: The tub/shower and toilet were separate from the sink/mirror -- a wonderful thing if steam messes with your hair. Everything was very clean and seemed to have been updated recently. Last but not least, the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Imagine.....You just finished a 10 hour day. 300 miles of driving, 9 cold calls. Your tired! Check into your room, smell a faint smell of leftover cigarettes, you can live with it as all you want is food, a drink, and a bed! You leave the hotel to get the food and drink. Come back to the hotel for the bed and a well needed rest. You prep for bed, take back the covers and see BLOOD! Top sheet and bottom sheet, soaked through. Putting one and one together, I figure the room was "temporarily used" and "slightly soiled" from a possible "romp in the room" before I got there! I went downstairs spoke to the front desk. A clerk came up to inspect, he noted the sheets, took pictures. I was moved to another room. (with the clerk being extremely polite and apologetic. He too smelled and noted the smell of smoke). The next room was a "suite" But the shower didn't drain properly, nor did the shower head work. I addressed these concerns with management. And best western corporate. The assistant manager did an investigation and ended up blaming me for the blood. All said and done, what best western was willing to do was give this Diamond Select (their highest member reward level) 6500 points. FYI a reward night here is 28,000 points! was offered nothing at check in. received water bottle in room twice. A/C did not work and on the last day they finally looked at and they made the room even hotter. I had worked a 16 hr day and really wanted to cool down. At 11:30 pm I told them to just get me a fan and go away because I had to get up at 5 am again. I will be in town for two more weeks. It won't be here.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our trip to Montana and this was a great hotel. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We got a great room at a fair price. The room itself was clean and spacious. The hotel itself is nice and well kept. The hotel is easily accessible from I-90 at Exit 101. We would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Missoula as a group of 13 family members. The rooms were lovely. The view from the windows awesome. Staff were more than friendly. Thet really went out of thier way to ensure our comfort.

This is a beautiful hotel, close to Freeway ( not too close for noise). For convenience. Starbucks, and Service Station, McKenzie Pizza. The hotel is spotless. Wonderful decor. Rooms are well done and spotless. Good Breakfast. Comfortable Beds. Close to Reserve Street the main road for great Shopping. The Staff is Marvelous.

The Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn surprises me and has become my preferred place to stay in Missoula. I used to believe Best Westerns were a value hotel that outclassed Super 8 but didn't reach Holiday Inn Express. In reality, this location has completely changed my perception! The rooms are simple and elegant - comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beds are always very comfortable and the air conditioning/heat is quiet. I get better sleep here than at the Hilton Garden Inn or the Holiday Inn Express (both near N Reserve Street). The complimentary breakfast is good and service is excellent. The pool and saunas/hot tub area is large and clean, usually empty.

The rooms were very well put together, clean and comfortable. Bed was good and bathroom very clean. Check in/check out was quick and easy. The staff there was super attentive and accommodating. This was stop 6 for us on a cross country trip and we've had some so so places that we've stayed at, this was by far one of the best. I would definitely recommend staying here. Close to restaurants and very easy to get on and off the expressway.

This BWP is among the best and a great option for the Missoula area. Convenient to all parts of Missoula. The facility is very rustic modern with very comfortable rooms and a welcoming lobby and breakfast area.

The staff were all friendly, pleasant, and diligent. The facility was very clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. There was a technical problem at check-in, so they gave us a free upgrade to a suit. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean.

This Motel is one of the best that I stay in during my travels. It is consistent with friendly staff, clean neat rooms and an excellent breakfast. The access to the facility is easy off the freeway and close to many restaurants in Missoula.

My family and I stayed here for one night as we passed through Montana on our way home. We got in fairly late in the evening during a storm and were grateful to be at our stopping point for the night. In hindsight, we wish we would have booked elsewhere. As my husband got out of the elevator to head toward our room he encountered a unleashed dog running the halls. It ran over to our children with its hackles up before a young child finally came to retrieve it. Upon opening the door to our room we were slammed in the face with a very unpleasant smell. Our room smelled of wet dog and a over use of carpet cleaner. It was as if there had been a huge mess in the room and they didn't let it air out before renting the room again. We were not traveling with a dog and didn't expect to be placed in a pet friendly room. The one saving grace to air out the space was that we had a little Romeo and Juliet style balcony. The door opened up completely. We kept that door open to air out the room until we had to go to sleep. However, when I pushed the shades aside to open it, it looked like the door frame and glass on the door hadn't been cleaned in weeks. (Same goes for the inside of the bathroom door) There were dirty hand and finger prints all over it and dog face marks and smears all over the glass. Not to mention there were two nasty old socks left on the metal part of the balcony. Other than all that, the wall paper was peeling, the caulking in the shower was gross and covered in grime. There was a giant ball of hair by the hot tub. I checked online and the hotel was sold out, otherwise I would have asked to be moved. The only two positive things I have to say about this place are that the beds were comfortable and the woman who worked the breakfast area was very friendly. Every time she walked through the breakfast area she was smiling and happy. We tipped her and thanked her for her hard work. We will not be returning.

We stopped here for a stay on our vacation and the folks at Best Western are always great and accommodating to any needs. The room was clean, best beds I've slept in away from home and the room layout was perfect. We love Best Western

Wow! So clean and nice. Large room, with two sinks was convenient. Huge TV. Complimentary water cooling in the in-room fridge. Nice charging station in the room. Breakfast was very nice with bratwurst and freshly cut fruit salad. A little on the expensive side, though.

Perfect location for travel stop on our way to Glacier National Park. Hotel is in great condition and had central/heat and air which means no noisy on and off during the night. Hotel beds very comfortable and rooms updated.

Not all Best Westerns are the same. This is one of the nicest Best Westerns in which we have stayed. The greeting was warm and friendly, the reception was helpful, the room was clean and beautiful and had a refrigerator and microwave, which mattered a lot because we found a fabulous BBQ place for dinner, and needed to be able to store a large portion of the food we couldn't eat, and to warm it up for breakfast the next morning.

It is a very nice place but a little over priced for a Best western plus. Ocean view rooms on the coast are the same price.It is easy to get off and on the interstate from there and has a pizza restaurant there if you do not want to drive to eat.

Any hotel that is playing Albert King throughout 5he public areas of the hotel when you check in followed by “Chexking up on my baby” by Sonny Boy Williamson and then “John the Revelator” by Blind Willie Johnson deserves 5 stars. In Missoula Montana? Oh yeah, the other aspects of motel were just fine too.

Anyone travelling in the pacific NW must stay at Best Western. It's like staying with your extended family. Staff is amazing and do what it takes to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Why go anywhere else

Great Location, walking distance to a Crackle Barrel restaurant,beautiful area with mountains views. The room was very nice,comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was great, they even had a yogurt machine. People at hotel were very nice.

Very clean, staff very nice, breakfast was the best so far on this 3 week road trip. Real plates and real silverware. I saw no plastic except my small juice glass. Bed was very comfortable and I even liked the pillows! I never like the pillows! Would stay here again and again! Right next to the Interstate but I did not hear one truck.

On a 2019 motorcycle trip we stayed in this property. Blue and white is always our go to. I have stayed in approximately 70 to 75 different Best Western properties in this one the rank in the top 10. It's breakfast buffet will probably rank in the top 3. Roommate was a little higher than normal, but the hotel is very clean very bright as a very interesting decor and is in the process of being re-done. Beautiful property.

Checked into this Best Western and we were greeted by the nicest lady, Christie!! She had the friendliest smile and personality! A great first impression!! We travel with our 2 small dogs and she was so sweet to them. They received a little bag of treats and a poop bag! She gave them lots of love when they walked through the lobby. They were treated very special! Rooms are clean and fresh! Nice comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Bathroom was clean with nice towels and amenities. Breakfast buffet was very good. Great hot breakfast!! Great way to start a day. There are lots of places close by to grab a bite for dinner. A pizza place is right there! Almost in the driveway! Cracker Barrel is across the street, Subway just a little down the road. Many choices so you don't have to drive far! Area to walk the dogs was very nice. Clean, nice grass, pretty well lit, and doggy bags in case you forget! Lovely hotel. This was our first visit to this one, but we will definitely return!

One of the best hotels in Missoula, Mt. , Very pet friendly, pleasant staff, comfortable accommodations and excellent location. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed awonderful stay. First off.. We were welcomed by cheerful clerks at check in... Then my favorite part was walking into a nice clean, cool room. The AC worked marvelously! We all slept well in the comfortable beds and woke up to a delicious breakfast. The attendant guy Mark, was very polite and friendly. I felt the crew kept on top of it with keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean. Before heading out on the road our kids enjoyed a fun swim in the pool. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The employees are very friendly, caring, and helpful. We definitely plan to make BW Grant's Inn our primary stopping place when driving through and recommend this place to all.

The staff is amazing, rooms and facilities are modern and clean, and we were upgraded to a higher level room due to our rewards member status! The room was above and beyond our expectations! Extremely good value for the price! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

I stayed in this property for 3 nights this month (May, 2019) for grandson's graduation from Univ. of Montana. Nicely located, close to airport. Nice complementary breakfast. Free WiFi. Very pleasant staff. I love the "germ free" TV remotes!

This is a fabulous place to stay right off interstate in Missoula, Montana. Very large room with comfortable beds. Additionally the room had 2 sinks-one in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom. Highly recommend staying here. It's also pet friendly.

This place was a pleasant surprise for us. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although we arrived early, the staff worked hard to have the room available asap. This was appreciated. We went over to a Starbucks next door and by the time we returned the room was available and keys waiting for us. The front desk staff were very helpful at all times.

Best breakfast options of any hotel I've occupied in MSO. Linens are fresh and white. This meets all the definitions of a plus property. Great food and coffee options within walking distance of hotel... (100 yards), and also a convince store that has super options. Easy off and on the interstate.

Very clean rooms and guest services, great breakfast, Great freeway access and restaurants very close by, Elevators and work out room is also a plus for this Hotel. Quiet to get great sleep, Hot water last and was enjoyable to deal with staff. will always stay here.

Clean and neat as a pin. The grandkids enjoyed the pool area to the max. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everyone found plenty of options to eat at the free breakfast. Highly recommend this place.

We stopped over on our way to Canada......very relaxing hotel, great swimming pool facilities, very clean, comfortable room, pleasant staff and breakfast was really great with healthy options and good coffee! Highly recommended....you can tell that they take special care here to provide an enjoyable stay. There are lots of good restaurants in the area too and it's a short drive to the Freeway. after another day of no food no gas no services on which the gps took us..we stopped here as the wife was having a diabetic crisis..the hotel was good / breakfast good.off highway enough for no noise..a little pricey but we needed to stop

Heat didn't work and the food at Breakfast was cold, for the price you pay your Breakfasts should be hot, I have stayed at better Hotels... I think they need to work with their kitchen staff better and check room temperature before you check into your room.

We've stayed at this location before and returned because it was such a pleasant stay. This time though we were a bit disappointed. The room and beds were very clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming, but the pillows were so uncomfortable that we all woke with headaches the next morning from them and the beautiful breakfast area they used to have has been changed. It used to be like a buffet, but now there are two doorways to exit/enter the area where breakfast is and if there are too many people it's almost hazardous if you encounter someone coming through the doorway with a plate of food or hot coffee. I'd go back, but bring my own pillow.

The hotel is right off the freeway, but the noise doesn't break through to the room. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The breakfast option is worth it and the beds are comfortable. When I return to Missoula, I'll stay there again.

Garbage cans outside were overflowing, dog poop and cigarette butts were everywhere you walked, Pool was out of towels on a continual basis including first thing in the morning, Group of boys were using paper cups to throw water around in sauna yet pool manager did nothing about it when he was notified, breakfast area couldn't keep up with biscuits for gravy or orange juice, have stayed here before but was very disappointed this time, front desk people were pleasant and helpful at check-in, Was told I would qualify for a 3rd night free at any other BW Hotel, This was not true. BW Kennewick would not honor this.

I am a platinum rewards member with many stays at Best Western hotels, however this is by far the worst service!! I've been here for an hour and a half with no working TV. I keep getting told a few minutes, a few minutes, a few minutes. Come to find out the “on site” maintenance man is also the shuttle driver and NO ONE ELSE that works here can come and look at why the tv isn't working. Also, there is no member of management on site with apparently a “fully booked” hotel. I was unable to get an upgrade due to being told this. This is so ridiculous, and I am extremely P.O.'d. I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here when there are many other hotels in the area.

Walked in with no reservations. Helped immediately at the front desk. Received a double queen suite at a great price. Grounds very clean. Room very clean and comfortable. Ample towels, pillows and such. Breakfast was excellent (as far as buffets go). Food well stocked and very warm. Great WiFi too! Would stay here again.

I strongly recommend staying at the Grant Creek Best Western when staying in Missoula. The rates are competitive and they offer nice amenities like a full service breakfast. Its easy access to freeway and other restaurants.

Very nice night escaping a blizzard - restaurant next to hotel delivers for only $3 so I didn't have to go back outside. Liked the modern décor - just wish there was an adults-only hot tub. The small one by the pool was filled with small children. I would definitely stay here again.

We used to stay just across the interstate at La Quinta, but the price kept going up and the rooms were so small that even with only 2 people on an overnight stay, we had no place to put two suitcases and toiletries. The rooms were never very clean, either. We tried Best Western because the price was comparable to La Quinta. Wow! What a difference! We had an extremely clean and spacious room that was beautifully decorated. The staff was welcoming and check-in was fast. We were so pleased with everything that from now on, Best Western is where we'll stay when we are in Missoula.

This BW is conveniently located just off the Interstate and close to a g as station and restaurant....walking distance -next door close. Breakfast buffet has a wonderful selection of hot and cold items. The best selection of any BW we have stayed at across the country. Everything is top notch!

Amazing hotel, I wish I could stay here all the time. So clean, friendly staff, amazing rooms and service. The best breakfast I have had in years. Lots of room to sit an eat. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it is a must. I can not wait to go back.

Great hotel, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast bar was great such a big veriaty, the people went out of there way to help you, the shuttle bus was wonderful and such friendly drivers and staff. On a one to ten I would say I would rate them 20

Everyone was nuc and room was clean and comfortable. Very happy with my stay and would stay here again. Also offered free shuttle to the airport early in the morning. And staff made me a bag breakfast.

We always stay at this property when in Missoula and have referred many others to it. It is clean, comfortable, and the employees treat us like family. We have never had a bad experience at the Grant Creek Inn.

We LOVED staying here over the years but since the renovations we will be looking elsewhere. When entering it is like a bus depot. Ticket counter on the left and the vending machine area on the right. The warm carpet and fireplace are all gone as has the enclosed dining area. It is now out in the open and at breakfast the cold air whooshes in and makes it very uncomfortable.The buffet is gone and now substandard instant eggs and some sort of ham stew thing which was unpalatable. As for the room, it was nice but if you want to use the internet allow 15 to 20 min to get connected and be prepared for disconnect. The staff said "Oh well" Sorry. we will search out another spot on our return in a month

They had a great breakfast and staff. Rooms were very clean I will make this my place to stay when ever I'm in Missoula. Breakfast includes waffles,cereal,biskets and gravy. It was great also it was within walking distance of a pizza place and a cracker barrel.

There was some remodeling going on as we stayed, but our room was clean, and the staff was great! The breakfast was quite large with lots to choose from. The pool area was ok (actually closed for cleaning during part of our stay), so we only used the hot tub. The jets were very weak. If you were really looking for a place to take the kids I would go elsewhere, but it worked for us. Starbucks, gas station, and Ap pizza close.

This hotel is very accommodating. Clean. Cozy! The staff was friendly and very accommodating with our last minute team meetings and pizza parties. Breakfast was very full filling and delicious. We were in town for hockey and if though it was a drive from the ice rink, the location was ideal, it was located next to a gas station, Starbucks and Mackenzie River restaurant. What more could you ask for?

My wife and I stayed here and WOW! The building is very clean and organized. We were greeted by every staff member that walked past us. They didn't hesitate to say hi. They were all very friendly, polite, and just down to Earth. The room was very exceptional! I loved the high ceiling because you don't feel so cramped and claustrophobic. They also picked a great location because of the view. It was cool with the little balcony; how you could look across to the mountains. The room was very warming and welcoming!

We stay here when traveling this is a pet friendly hotel. They even have puppy gift bags that have dog biskets & poo bags! Breakfast is really good with a great seating area. The amenutys are excellent with the best employees happy fun and efficient

We travel back and forth between Western Washington and Minnesota and Missoula is usually a first night stop. This Best Western is now a new favorite. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good price. The rewards program gives you a good discount. Our room was spacious (double queen) and clean. The indoor pool was nice-sized. Our kiddos loved it. The breakfast had lots of options and was good. We will definitely be back.

Can't say enough about how great this hotel is the staff the room all the amenities are amazing and the value of this hotel was surprising way more bang for the buck and the free breakfast was unbelievable they could charge for this and I would gladly pay

Very nice Best Western located close to the highway but not right next to it. Also, the hotel is located next to a Starbucks. We asked for and stayed on the bottom floor. Although there seemed to be a lot of quests the room was quite. The room was really nice and the desk person was really polite and nice during the check in process. Looking forward to coming back!

This Best Western hotel is conveniently located just off interstate 90 in Missoula. There staff is warm and friendly, accomnodations excellent. The breakfast buffet variety is more than anticipated, exceptional.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would say it seemed a little dated but overall it wasn't bad for a best western. The check-in staff were friendly and nice. The remote to the TV was HORRIBLE! I would not stay there again because I wouldn't want to listen to my husband complain anymore about it. ;)

As usual Best Western Plus does not disappoint. I am a rewards member -for many years- and continue to appreciate the benefits. BW also has more locations, including rural than any other chain. My travels often take me to the rural and it is nice to have a familiar place to stay. This location was a first for me and I found it comforable and convenient.

Hotel was clean, handy off of the freeway and had a good restaurant within walking distance and easy to gas up in morning prior to continuing journey. If we stop in Missoula on way home will definitely stay there again\\

If there is a better hotel chain than Best Western, we're not aware of it. My wife and I swear by Best Western, not at them. Yes, there have been a few disappointments along the way. Every hotel or restaurant gets a negative review once in a while. But, on the whole, we always book a room at Best Western if one is in the neighborhood. They are new. If they aren't new, they have been recently renovated, like the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn in Missoula, Montana. Located at 5280 Grant Creek Road, it offers 10 suites with fireplaces, bedrooms and separate living areas with an oversized dressing area and full-mirrored closet and dining room table. It's like living at home. The suite also includes a TV with in-room movies, coffee table, sofa, king-sized bed and desk, microwave, coffee/tea maker and refrigerator. Not to mention the ever necessary iron and ironing board. And guests are entitled to a complimentary hot/cold buffet breakfast. The hotel also features a fitness center, business center, conference center, indoor swimming pool, spa tub, sauna and concierge. The hotel is large (126 rooms), clean, comfortable and quiet. And the shower head works very effectively. Don't you just hate it when you can't get a good shower? And the air conditioning system doesn't make any noise. It's the little things that count.

We felt it might go bad, but we were tired after a long day in the car. It seemed like no one had been in the suite we were given in a long time....the fireplace didn't work, the heat didn't turn on, the bathroom faucet leaked/ dripped. The bedroom phone wasn't connected, the light over the breakfast table didnt work.....The front desk sent someone up in abut to fix these things ok. Never got the heat right until the day we left( 3rd engineer visit). Also there was inordinate noise from the room above off and on during our stay. In general the room though spacious is getting very worn and dated. The staff was courteous, workout room and pool nice with a good breakfast. Maybe we were unlucky.....that being said can't recommend the place and we won't risk it again.

We've stayed at this Best Western many times. Always impressed with how well cared for the hotel is. Accommodations were very attractive, comfortable & well maintained. Bed was nice & all linens of good quality. The complimentary breakfast buffet was actually very good with lots of choices to suite everyone's likes. Hotel staff was very nice & professional. We will continue to stay at this Best Western whenever in Missoula. Thank you!

Good standard of hotel which I would expect from Best Western. It's out of Missoula so quieter. We were able to do our laundry and there was a free breakfast with a good range of food. Very comfortable.

I last stayed and reviewed this facility 5 years ago and I was there for the same reason, a high school cross country meet. The staff on arrival was very friendly and it took almost no time to check in and get to my room. It was clean, the bed very comfortable, and I slept like a log. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection to satisfy anyone wishing to have breakfast. I was so pleased with this visit that I made a reservation for 3 weeks later for the State Cross Country Meet in the same location.

Stayed here on a cross country trip while moving and super happy we landed at this Best Western. So many small things added up to be the best Best Western we've ever stayed at. Super huge TV's in the room, complimentary water bottles in the fridge, comfy bed, standard sized blow dryer, huge selection of food at the free breakfast. This place puts all other Best Western's to shame.

We stayed here twice on this trip to Missoula. Both times the front desk staff were friendly and professional. One of the times I arrived without a reservation and they were almost sold out. The 3 personnel working the front desk were calm and accommodating while they managed the process. Breakfast was very good! Nice updated decor! We'll stay here again!

Not our first time. Convenient location, excellent bed and a good breakfast. Missoula is growing and the Grant Creek Inn is one of its best assets. Plenty to do and see in the town, finally made it to the fort when it was open this time.

Excellent location for travelers, close to shopping and dining and minutes from downtown Missoula. This property is well managed, quite and newly decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. Suggest that travelers take in the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation on the walking trail just minutes from the property.
