« Good place to stay »

Convenient to major roads and ease of travel. Very nice rooms with good breakfast included and free overnight parking. Very comfortable beds with lots of space. Courteous and friendly staff ease a very easy check in.

« Preflight and parking package. »

Stayed here for one night preflight. Room was modern, large and comfortable. Wifi was not great. Room had fridge and microwave. Two bathrobes in closet. Shuttle to airport was on time and driver was friendly. I would stay at this location again for preflight and parking package. I booked on internet and was happy with the price.

« Bright, clean, and great staff »

Booked this hotel as we wanted a hotel with airport shuttle and able to leave our car. The hotel staff at the front desk were polite, friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, even asked if we would like a wake up call. Our room was clean, fresh and ready for us. The only "PROBLEM", the people who stayed in the room beside us either had their cell phone on speaker or using Skype and you could hear their conversation......not sure the walls between the rooms are that great! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Have a restraunt on site and had dinner their. Food was fresh and good and great service. Prices are comparable for a hotel restraunt. Not much in the area unless you drive to find other eating places....hotel does have a Subways across from them.

« Well appointed and well located; good for pre or post flight layover. »

The hotel offers an attractive interior and well furnished rooms. The price is reasonable when one considers the location and the free parking. The free shuttle is a definite bonus and there is a good choice of restaurants as short drive away.

« Home away from home »

Number one choice when in Toronto airport area on business or heading south on vacation.. Shuttle service great and lots of parking at the hotel. Second to none from check in to check out. Try it, you'll be grad you did. I keep coming back and back.

« Pre flight. Hotel checks all the boxes. »

Stayed one night prior to flight out of Pearson Airport. The king bedded room was a great choice. It was well furnished, clean, and had all the amenities. The TV had all the stations I was looking for. Parking was free and good with well lit parking lots. There were places to eat inside the hotel as well as nearby. The hotel overall is in good shape with good facilities.

« Good Location, Free Parking, decent rooms »

Best Western Plus was a reasonably nice surprise. I found the rooms fairly priced, lobby was clean and nicely appointed, elevators were clean, hallways clean as was my room. Unfortunately the bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable I have ever been on. It sloped into the center. I woke up with my back and neck killing me. I also tried the fitness room which was also very clean, however, I found that the eliptical was not working properly. The parking was free as compared to most in the area, and there was free shuttle to the airport. Overall, I would certainly consider staying there again. What ever it lacked it seemed to make up in cleanliness, which i value highly.

    « Old and Tired »

Booked this hotel for the park and fly package. When we checked in they gave us room 121, the room had no heat, I tried adjusting thermostat up but still no heat, told front desk and they said maintenance would look at it while we ate. when we returned front desk told us it was fixed, went to the room and no heat, all maintenance did was turn up thermostat, told front desk , they came and checked and agreed there was no heat so they finally moved us to another old tired looking room with heat. Stayed over night and flew out next day. When we returned a week later from our vacation it was late so we had already booked a room and upon checkin they gave us room 121 again. Went to room and still no heat went back to front desk this time with attitude both because in a week they did not get the heat fixed but were still renting the room and also it was 2:30 am. Told the clerk what problem was and demanded a room with heat and he took care of it and we got to bed at 3am. I will not be booking this place again and I will not recommend it to anyone

« Great location for the airport »

We stayed upon our return, having our vehicle there while we were away. It was less expensive to stay here, including 1-night, than parking at the airport. The drop-off and pick-up was efficient and made getting to the airport easy.

« The bar makes the hotel.. »

Stayed here whilst visiting family whilst on business in Vancouver and had a stopover near the airport.. pleasantly surprised by the hotels standard as it was a great price but the sisters running the bar made it all so much better.. they made me and other guests and regulars all feel welcome and their service was above and beyond.. I would absolutely recommend this hotel just because of the bar.. oh and the pools pretty nice too..when you have a hangover :-) Rooms were spacious and clean.. front desk staff were friendly and organised a ride into town for me the next day...

    « YYZ Stopover Gem »

I had book this hotel for a night stopover on the way to the south, it was wonderful. We had no problem receiving an early check in as the type of room did not matter. The restaurant breakfast was very tasty and filling to say the least. The free shuttle went without a hitch the wait was not long for pickup or drop off. All the staff were smiling, pleasant and very helpful.

    « Never Again »

Well let's be honest, the hustle bustle of Toronto accompanied by flying can get to you, correct? You want a place to lay your head, somewhere that the staff treat you like a human beings and do their best to accommodate your wishes? Do you enjoy being treated like a human being? No!? Then please stay at the Best Western Plus in Toronto. Walking into the lobby you're greeted by a high end "vibe" accompanied what looks like a decent restaurant, don't let this fool you. The mattresses were dirty and stained, the linens like sand paper and the pillows so thin you require all five of them to get comfortable (luckily our room had 2 beds so my boyfriend could also have pillows). The bathroom was poorly outdated and the tub disgusting, so much so I contemplated paying to shower at the truck stop across the street! Want extra pillows? Linens? Towels for the pool? GOOD LUCK! When we asked for pool towels we got a rude "fine here they are" only to find out there were in fact towels by the pool, we were told they had to be obtained from the front desk. The beds are okay, after staying with family for a week it felt like a cloud night one, but night two they were terrible. Now how about that customer service? The ladies working the desk were rude and snide. We asked for a late check out and were told every hour after 11 am was $15, okay we will choke that back, on the day of check out the house keeping barged into our room insisting that we had to get out because it was past the 11 o'clock check out, after my boyfriend had talked I the desk 3 times to ensure we had a late check out verified. We trucked into Toronto for a day of tourism and when we got back to Pearson we called for a shuttle, we were rudely informed they leave every 40 minutes, don't get me wrong I understand the traffic around the airport can be horrible but it took over an hour and a half for the shuttle to show up for us at Terminal 3. Both shuttle drivers were rude and refrained from assisting passengers with luggage; the lady on the way to the airport who didn't help with our luggage stood there with her hand out asking for a tip after doing nothing. I will give Patrick on the day shift a MAD PROPS! He was amazing, friendly and courteous. Hopefully he can get the recognition he deserves and we will be writing the hotel to tell them about his exquisite service. Food Around the hotel there are a few bar and grills along with the Husky truck stop (amazing food and service FYI). The first night we went to the restaurant that is adjoined to the hotel. Terrible. The girls working were more concerned with their regulars than they were with guests. They mixed up my drink and when I told them it was wrong the bar tender rolled her eyes and never got me the correct drink. We didn't try the food because no one came back to serve us after that. Two other ladies sitting at the bar said the food was terrible and they'd been there for over an hour and the service had not gotten better, and they had witnessed a shift change. The bartenders were more concerned about the free drinks that were being bought for them by a table of young gentlemen a few booths over. All in all it is a place to rest your head and what we found the cheapest. You definitely get what you pay for. Personally we will not be back. Don't make the same mistake we did and stay somewhere better!

« Park, Sleep and Fly Package Perfect »

Airport hotels that provide parking are a unique commodity. They need to provide a level of hospitality that is unlike that of other properties. The Best Western Plus has achieved something pretty close to perfection in this category. The staff are knowledgeable about the airport and flights, the restaurant and bar are open for late arrivals and the rooms are big enough to allow adequate space for large luggage. The pillows are exceptional which is a real bonus for anyone anticipating an overnight flight and the bed linen and mattress of a high quality that guarantee a good night's sleep. The bathroom surprisingly offers both bath and shower for those of us who enjoy a good long soak to relax. The breakfast offers a wide selection of choice and the excellent server is willing to substitute options for the picky eater. The shuttle is frequent and efficient. My only criticism is the coffee machine provided in the room. For those of us who must depart before the breakfast room opens it would have been nice to have a better quality coffee operation. My husband I stayed at this location both prior to and on return from a recent vacation and have already booked it again for our next trip.

    « GREAT VALUE,CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOMS,TEA ,COFFEE,WATER EVERY DAY,VERY HELFUL STAFF »

Good location near the airport and main highway, but you do need a car, really helpful friendly staff ,top marks to Janine on reception, clean comfy rooms with fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc, near main road but not noisy in the rooms, great heating in the rooms, give the continental breakfast a miss and go to the sports bar a few minutes walkaway, all in all this Best Western Plus is great value, would stay again for sure.

    « Return from overseas »

The hotel was fine with all basic needs being covered. The main problem for this visit was a poor table for a party of six for dinner (although the service was very good), and a completely overloaded breakfast room. After waiting an hour the breakfast had to be cancelled through lack of time.

« Clean and comfortable, close to airport -- good shuttle service »

Our flight from Toronto was very early in the morning so we decided to stay at an airport hotel for the last night of our visit -- we were not disappointed! Clean and comfortable and roomy, pleasant welcome and the shuttle was great -- first one to the airport leaves at 3:20 am and we were on it and on time!

    4
« Pleasant staff, very helpful and nicely appointed rooms »

When we arrive we found the room to be shy one rollaway bed, I went downstairs to the lobby and told them about the problem and by the time I got back to the room there was a woman from the cleaning staff muscling the roll-away bed into the room. She had the bed into the room and set up in less than 20 minutes. It is very close to the airport and if you are spending the day before you fly out there are many good restaurants in the area, Some in walking distance.

    « Happy Place »

It was our first trip to Canada and it was recommended by a friend. Totally no regrets. Looking forward to lodge again. Very relaxing atmosphere and excellent for business travellers. And being of a strong African decent, it is not tipical to always so warmly welcomed. Thank you Best Western Plus. You surly lives up to name!!!

    « Really good value »

Had to contact the hotel to request the free shuttle. It was about 8.00pm and had a 25 minutes wait. The hotel is nice and clean with comfortable spacious rooms. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Return free shuttle leaves each hour. Really good value.

« Nice Hotel Recently renovated? »

Hotel lobby, clean and neat. Parking and entrance into the parking is someone difficult at best from Dixie Road. If you miss the one entrance you have to go in behind the gas station to get into the property from the road just north of Hwy 401. Once in there is no easy way to get to the hotel except around the various speed bumps and stores that are just beside the gas station. Easiest method into the hotel is go turn right on first road off the 401 and then turn right on the next road and come in from the east side of the parking lot. Restaurant was expensive for almost anything ordered on it. Not enough of anything offered either. Walls/ceilings in restaurant are either damaged or still being renovated. There was dust from an open hole in the wall as well still sitting on the baseboards. Rooms while clean had so many issues.... handle of cabinet for t.v. came off in my hand I had to rescrew it back in. T.V. remote didn't work properly. We had to replace coffeemaker several times (rep from hotel rather than bringing one, had to inspect each one before providing replacement, delaying the replacement several times). Handles on bathtub were loose as well. While the hotel presents itself well its the little items in the room that seemed to be neglected. Wifi is a joke at this hotel. Can't stay connected for more than 2-3 minutes. Constantly having to sign back in. Also while by the airport you can hear the planes 'rumbling' noises but do not physically feel them flying into airport. It was a tad loud with this noise. Sometime during the 2nd night at the hotel a bus load of kids arrived. At 6am they were running up and down the halls, yelling, screaming and crying. Made it very difficult to sleep in. Even their adults in their group were beyond loud. Since we were on a business floor this should not have happened, they should have been elsewhere in the hotel. I did not enjoy my stay nor did those with me.

    « Nice and Convenient »

Nice, comfortable hotel. Shuttle was dependable and on time. Clean comfortable rooms and a fairly good price. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was nice and helpful. This location convenient and not far from airport.

    4
« Spacious, clean and modern room »

This property is reasonably priced- expectation wasn't high and was pleasantly surprised. Booked on BW website. Check-in efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 star rating on this hotel is the lack of complimentary breakfast (but there is a Subway next door that opens at 7AM on weekdays).

    3
« Busy Location, Okay stay! Did not honour requests. »

Only stayed for one night. Arrived around 7p.m. and was surprised only 1 Representative working, and there was a line of 6 people checking in. Eventually extra staff showed up to assist in Check In process. The hotel is located in a busy spot with a truck stop out front and right on the the flight path for Pearson, that being said my room was at the front, even though I requested a room at the back, and I didn't hear any outside noise. Was also surprised that complementary breakfast wasn't offered, guess I must have missed that. The room was located on 2nd floor, again had requested a room away from elevators and vending machines and my room was just not directly in front of the elevators and vending machines but one room over, again the good news was it did turn out to be quiet. I was disappointed that neither of my requests were honoured so don't expect those extra requests to be granted in that space provided in the online booking section. I am a light sleeper and I have requested to move rooms in the middle of the night due to noise on more than one occasion so in this case it worked out, but I warned the front desk that I would be complaining if I had any problems. You would think they would try to honour those requests just so that customers wouldn't vent like I am doing now, because overall it was a negative my customer experience. The room itself was fine, large enough, was clean, had a good TV, fridge, no microwave and coffee was offered in the room. Good blackout curtains again because I was right over the front entrance which is lit up with bright lights. I think I will try to stay with Holiday Inn's it's just that my last experience with the one in this area wasn't that good so I thought I would try this Best Western since is was a Plus. It was okay, but again, really the overall customer experience that I was disappointed with. The hotel is fine.

« Comfortable Hotel close to Toronto Airport and surrounding area »

Very nice property, easy to get in and out of and quick access to all major routes North, South, East and West. The hotel staff were very friendly, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the lounge (pasta) while watching Game 1 World Series. Our room was very comfortable as clean. We generally try to stay at Best Western properties in Canada and USA as they are consistently great.

    3
    « Just right »

If you need a hotel for 1 night to go to the airport, this one might be just right. Food is good, but do not order a cappuccino, because you will just get an instant coffee with cappuccino flavour. Cleaning is a bit lacking. Don't forget to book the shuttle, otherwise you might not get it.

    5
« Great stay, one night and pick up family from airport »

Stayed for one night, for convenience to pick up family form airport I was picking up family, 2 different flights at airport. Hotel allowed me to take their free shuttle, to airport to pick up guests, so much nicer then trying to find parking at airport. Thanks for making the pickups so easy Price was perfect

    4
« Park and Fly Option »

Great pace to park your car and fly after staying at the hotel on either or both ends of travel. The hotel provides transportation to/from the airport. It would help if the hotel provided a complementary breakfast.

    4
    « Hotel Review »

The hotel was clean and nice. About 15 minutes away from the airport and reasonably priced. One restaurant on site with half decent food. I would definitely stay there again. Quiet rooms and clean bathroom. Bar located in the restaurant. Also there is a restaurant just outside of the hotel. We just stayed one night on a stop over for our flight back home.

    4
« Great service, great value. »

I have been staying at this hotel or a neighbouring Best Western Plus for over five years. The staff at this particular location is very professional, very pleasant and very helpful. Any minor issues are always dealt with immediately. The only real complaint I have is that some rooms have extremely noisy cooling/heating systems and the only way to fix this would be to replace them.

    2
    « Unsafe Parking »

Stand at this hotel on a park, stay, fly package - because the hotel offers "safe" parking. My vehicle was stolen from this "safe" lot. So sorry I took the hotel at its word. I should have asked if all the parking spaces in the lot are covered by surveillance cameras, but I thought "safe" included surveillance. I should have asked if the exit from the lot was covered by surveillance cameras, but I assume that "safe" included surveillance. Suggestion: if you stay at this hotel, MAKE SURE A CAMERA SEES YOUR VEHICLE.

« OK Hotel, *disasterous* airport pickup service! »

There are multiple B.W. hotels in the same neighborhood served by the same driver. He apparently has no way to check which you are in, and will not wait for you to phone the hotel to find out the name (which IS NOT the same name as you have on your hotel reservation papers!),and you can't get on the bus unless you know which hotel you have to go to. I will definitely pick another hotel next time - there are enough to choose from! COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISASTER, and the last thing I needed at 1AM...

    3
« It didi the trick! »

It was ok for a one night stay. The staff was excellent. The pool and hot tub were good. We were not impressed with the room. The toilet wouldn't stop running. the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The room had an odor. There was no note pad or pen to write down directions. The beds did not seem complete

    3
« Not Bad, Consider somewhere else if doing a park and fly »

We stayed at this airport hotel the night before flying out for our vacation. 2 of the couples had travelzoo vouchers and when they checked in the girl at the desk wasn't going to honor the rate as she said it was too cheap and the hotel doesn't offer that rate. After a wait at the desk, and showing her the voucher, email confirmation from the hotel she still didn't honor it and we had to get the Manager involved. Finally it was accepted. The hotel was great. The airport shuttle service was lacking... when we arrived back from our vacation we called to get the shuttle for 6 people and the front desk said it would be there in 10 minutes. We were there and it was full and had to wait for another one... 40 minutes later. Not good.

    5
    « Airport hotel »

I tried for hours to locate a hotel for an overnight stay prior to our international trip, and a reasonable price for parking for 10 days. This hotel fit the bill perfectly and their staff are extremely helpful and professional. We used their free shuttle service to the airport and were pleased with that service also.

    3
« Not Best this time, I guess »

Don't know what is missing. Don't want to pass negative comments. But with a view to help the management, "Need to do something to make the customers' stay memorable, for sure!" No free break-fast. Small takeaway restaurant(s) is just in front of the hotel. Don't know how the hotel expects to patronise the hotel's restaurant! This is just food for thought!

    4
« Park Sleep and Ride Toronto Pierson Airport »

Having to catch an early flight at Toronto Pierson I chose to stay at the Best Western at the airport. Went to Hawaii for 2 weeks and left the car in their parking lot. Very reasonable way to get a good night sleep and free parking (sorta). Shuttle both ways from the airport are free and on time. I would strongly recommend this Hotel.

    4
    « Airport convenience »

Stayed here 2 nites. One nite as a park n fly customer. One nite when arriving back from trip to Italy. The park n fly worked out very well for us as we left our car for 18 days and was convenient for the shuttle to airport. We looked to stay at other motels with park n fly, but this was the best value.

    3
    « Not Impressed »

HVAC system wasn't working repair person came up fixed it, actually just plugged it in, why was it un plugged. Bed was terrible just a mattress of some kind on a box , made noise with every move you made. No fan in the washroom, but I have noticed several hotels don't seem to have them anymore. Check in was slow even though I had a reservation, seems to be a lot of info that has to go into the system.

    4
« average to good quality »

good size suite with sofa and sitting area they don't have king size bed to choose from, queen size bed is too small for us breakfast has good choices bed is comfortable and cleanliness is average for this price they need to work harder to maintain reputation and there are room for improvements

    5
« perfect end to our busy trip »

Our room was so clean and comfortable the beds were really nice the staff were very accommodating and friendly the restaurant had delicious food the service was great and quick and the prices were not too high the shuttle service to the airport was great couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

    « Tired old Hotel »

We have stayed here before because of the ability to park our vehicle while we travel to other parts of the country. The staff is courteous and for an overnight night stay, passable. However, the this hotel looks like it has been many years since any updating. Proper repairs are lacking. The tank on toilet leaked and from the amount of mould that had built up on the tanked showed the problem had gone on for some time. The restaurant's menu does not have seemed to changed and frankly is boring. We will be trying a new hotel next time we travel.

    4
« Neat and worth the price »

This is the closest hotel with a good price close to the airport, Interior is nicer than the outlook of the hotel. Very comfortable and have nice services. The hotel is on the flight path, you can slightly hear the airplane noise during the flying hours. It would be nice if they provide a free breakfast like other hotel does. Overall experience is good. We would probably stay there again if we go to the same area.

    5
« WOW! This is a Best Western?? »

I was very happy with my stay at BEST WESTERN. I can tell they did major renovations and it was convenient for our last minute plans to attend Caribana and OVO 16. The staff was very helpful in sending us to a currency exchange place. Also it was a bit of hike to the parade, but they gave us a map and we got where we wanted to be in no time.

« Park and Fly shuttle was a joke - AVOID »

We stayed 2 nights ago at the Best Western on Dixie Road, and took advantage of their park and fly package, with the hotel stay when we returned from our flight. When we left our vehicle, we were told we missed the shuttle, and the next one was in 40 minutes. When I booked, I was told every 20 minutes, but luckily, we were early, so we had time to spare. It actually was about 50 minutes until the shuttle returned. Fine. On our return, I called for the shuttle, and was told 30 minutes. In that time, I swear every shuttle from every other hotel went by, some twice. There was a shuttle from the "other" Best Western who came by, and was actually the driver who dropped us off on our flight out. He had no passengers, but told us our shuttle would be by soon. Fine. He actually came by a second time while we were waiting, still with no passengers. Finally, our shuttle arrives, after 45 minutes. We get to the hotel, only to find the "other" Best Western shuttle driver hanging out in the lobby of our hotel. He just smirked at us. Infuriating! We got checked in, room was fine, nothing special. Had dinner in the bar as we were exhausted, it was fine, again nothing special. The waitress in the bar was fantastic though. Get up to leave in the morning, only to find that our vehicle had been broken into. The front desk clerk wasn't really concerned, said that there was nothing she could do about it, and that the police had been called as several vehicles were broken into, and one had a smashed window, She later came out to let us know that the police were not coming, and we would have to report it ourselves. An all around lousy experience. Avoid if you're planning on using the airport shuttle!

    « Pleasant stay »

We stayed one night and left our car for the next 12 days at $5.00 per night- good deal. Once we had collected our luggage on return we called and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes. Room was clean and staff pleasant. We called for a wake up call for 4AM and never got it. Luckily my husband woke up! Upon leaving for home on our return we thought we could get onto the 403 but unable to pick it up off Dixie.

« You Should NEVER Stay at this BW »

We did a reverse Stay and Park at the Best Western Plus Toronto Airport on Dixie Road. What a mistake. When we arrived we had just missed their 1 pm shuttle to the Toronto Pearson Airport. We were told the next shuttle would be at 2:20 pm. What happened to the shuttles running every 40 minutes, which I was told when I booked this park & stay package???? Ok. Our international flight left at 5 pm. If it's 15 minutes to the airport (again, what I was told when I made the reservation) then we would still be there in plenty of time. 2:20 pm comes and no shuttle. The shuttle arrives at 2:30 pm, but there is an issue with two passengers already on the shuttle bus, and the bus doesn't leave for another 10 minutes. Then we find there are people on the bus who are coming from the airport who need to be dropped off first. Two hotel stops and an around the block route, we pass the BW where we were picked up, before we head to the airport. We arrive at the airport at 3:10 pm. The Air Cda line is big. I estimate an hour to get through, but luckily we are sent to the priority check-in line because we booked Premium Economy seats. Then go through to security, and another long line (probably another 30 minutes), but once again because we have Premium Economy seats we are put in the priority line and get through in 10 minutes. So we are at the gate at 4:00 pm, with 40 minutes to spare before boarding. If we hadn't got the fast track, we would have been running through the airport with minutes to spare because of the terrible shuttle experience. On our return to Toronto after our vacation, we call the toll free number and the next pick-up is in 25 minutes. We wait at the pick-up point and the shuttle van arrives on time! Surprise! But there is an issue about the amount of luggage. There is one guy with no luggage, one lady with 1 large bag and 1 small bag, and the 2 of us with a total of 2 large bags and a small bag. We are told there is a bigger vehicle coming with more room for luggage. The driver of the shuttle van waits and signals the bigger shuttle bus when it arrives (we have now been waiting another 10 minutes). But? the shuttle bus can't take anyone, it needs gas and must go to the gas station first. So we are loaded into the shuttle van, and all the luggage fits no problem? Then we head to the other terminal at the airport to pick up more people ? that was what the luggage problem was about; more people and more luggage. Luckily, there are only 2 people to pick-up and they only have one large backpack which they take with them in the van. We then go directly to the hotel. At check-in I advise I am a reverse Stay and Park reservation. The check-in girl is unfriendly. No welcome, no good afternoon, no the elevators to your room are behind you. Nothing. (I guess she hates her job.) We walk into our room - all the lamp shades are on crooked and one has a dent in it. Half of the blackout curtain on the window is off its track. (I pull over a chair and fix it.) The bathtub has a major stain and the tub faucet has a continual drip. I've been a Best Western Rewards member for decades, and I have never been at a hotel in such a bad state and this was supposed to be a Best Western Plus. I would say this is a BW Minus = Failure. Do not every consider staying at this BW Plus on Dixie Road in Toronto (Mississauga). You'll regret it.

    « Too many Issues »

Arrived after a long day, get into my room and see a footprint on the stool, white fluffy on the ground, and both beds are on angles. Go to the front desk and only given a breakfast coupon and maintenance checks room. Reasoning is work was done in my room, so why did the room not get cleaned after the work is done? Secondly go to get into bed and pull back the covers to find little black hairs and two stains in the sheets. This is gross!! Call down to front desk and tell them, and front desk respond with "oh so do you want to change rooms?" no I am so sorry for the trouble. No care at all from them. I change rooms to the fridge in the new room is leaking and is sitting in a big puddle of water. Tell front desk again, and only am told maintenance will come look at it. Maintenance comes, it was not turned on (Which it was) cleans up a little of the water, when asked what about the water under the fridge, he says there is none and leaves. So I clean up the water under the fridge as best as I can because I don't want it to start smelling. He has also turned the fridge on high and my food was frozen by morning. At check out, nothing was done until I started to complain.

Close to airport, quick, easy check in process, lovely staff who were very helpful. Sorted us out a late check out and a taxi in and out of Toronto. Good clean spacious rooms, good coffee making facilities.

    « Pre-flight hotel - Great Experience »

This hotel gave us a great experience for a night prior to an early morning flight. The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The parking was more than adequate and the shuttle service to and from the airport was good. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

« Not my first chioce! »

Upon first entering room it smelled of smoke. Tub was water stained and the tap leaked, the bathroom door was difficult to open. Not great for children. The hardest bed I've ever slept in! Ate at hotel restaurant had a philly steak sandwich The beef wasn't fresh like it been it the fridge for a while. However the staff was very friendly and the location was not hard to get to.

« Cozy rooms, Friendly staff and great indoor pool »

Lived here in June of 2015 for 4 nights. Great experience, Nice and clean rooms, a great indoor pool with a Jacuzzi on the side of it. Very close to Major highways such as 410. All necessary places like gas station, fast food chain, restaurants are very nearby from this location.

    « Satisfactory Hotel »

Got what I paid for, so good value. Recently renovated which was nice. Friendly staff mostly; older front desk male staff not so much. Younguns and women were more friendly. I sacrificed comfortable temperature for sleep as air conditioning was more noisy than jets flying overhead.

    « Not bad for a night »

We only stayed here one night, but it was pretty good. Clean and nice furnishings. Pool was ok - didn't use the hot tub. The fitness Center consisted of about 4 or 5 cardio machines. And the front desk ladies were friendly. I would stay here again.

« Nice and Clean but a drive from Wonderland »

After a day of being at Wonderland we retreated here. It was a bit of a drive from the park, but it was well worth it. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Would return again if in the area. Did not use any services as we were there only to sleep. Only down fall the restaurant was not open when we were leaving so we could not use it.

« Stay was just Meh! »

Food at restaurant was bland -average- server was very nice. Check in attendant was nice and offered to make this stay better than my last-nothing to mention to make it better. It was a holiday so no other businesses were open nearby and I did not have a vehicle.

« Great price, but shuttle to hotel was impossible to get. Not clear on how to arrange it. »

Rooms were decently priced. Staff friendly. But Wi-Fi code/app didn't work after 3 attempts of going down to the front desk, so i had to use data. close to airport, but shuttle was impossible to get from airport to Hotel.

the hotel is very clean also the king room is very nice. the only problem i had was when i checked in and they have a employee that works there that barely knows english also took 15 minutes to check in when all my information is on the computer because i pre booked a month in advice. he did not know what to do at all.

« Couldnot have been better »

Our stay was short. We were flying to Vancouver the next morning. From the time we entered the hotel to when we picked up the car at the end of our trip we were completely satisfied with the accommodations, the front desk staff, the state of our room, the ease of getting the shuttle to the airport, and most of all the quality of service.

« Great hotel to stay at for family couple or business »

I enjoyed my stay, I stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were very friendly no matter what time it was, very helpful with directions and where to go to in Toronto. My family size was two adults and 2 teenager boys. It has a nice restaurant for breakfast It does close for a little bit but reopens at 4pm and the food and staff are great, no complaints and chicken alfredo was so filling with garlic bread. There are a couple restaurants right acroos from the entrance and a gas station which is a huge bonus if your traveling early in the morning. It is a litle way out from downtown Toronto but all you have to do is take the airport shuttle and hop on the UP express which takes 15mins to downtown core and its great cause it runs until 1am and the shuttle is 24hour service so its a win win if you don't want to drive and park downtown. They have a pool in the lower area with a hot tub and sauna. The rooms were perfect size, well maintained and clean, loved the nice art work on the wall and great view of the city. Well worth the price of the hotel with or without discounts applied.

    « Summer tour »

Doing a road tour of a different area of Ontario. Stopping for a nice relaxing stay at the Best Western by the Toronto Airport. Breakfast selections were tasty. Easy check out. Short ride to the airport. By the way, hotel is close but I never heard the planes flying over during the night. Now that is a good night sleep.

« Awesome, even though we didn't stay there »

Have stayed here before flights and it was fine. Booked for a night, but bad weather and a change of plans meant we had to cancel. Unfortunately we didn't remember this until about 8:00pm. So called and had my story prepared. Danielle(the manager) answered and said no problem. Very relieved. Will definitely book here again and try to actually make it :).

    « clean and on-point »

Stayed here over-night while attending a friend's wedding nearby. Place was clean and comfortable. Allowed us to check-in an hour early and check-out two hours late at no charge. All the staff interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends & family.

    « Family of Four »

We stayed here after Westjet flight to the uk was cancelled. We should have flown at 9.30pm but our flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues (the rescue slide decided to deploy itself). This was booked very last minute and the hotel staff were lovely. We checked in just before midnight and had a twin queen room. Needless to say at this point all I wanted was a nice cosy bed to lay my head and I got one. In fact the family reckon it's the best night sleep they've had in a week. We decided to have breakfast here as we weren't sure about our new flight arrangements and we weren't disappointed. They had a small but carried selection available at a reasonable price. Our sever (Don) was fantastic he couldn't do enough and smiled the whole time we were having breakfast. So nice to receive service with a smile. Our new flight details came in for 9pm on the day of our breakfast and we spoke to the hotel they were more than happy for us to continue using the facilities as long as we required which was a weight off us seen as check out was at 11am. The children decided to hit the pool and the staff provided them with towels, soap and shampoo for after their swim. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

    « NOT IMPRESSED »

The staff was GREAT! the room not so! I asked for a roll in shower when I booked! no one said they did not have one! Thank goodness was only 2 night stay. The room itself was not wheelchair friendly. TOO MUCH FURNITURE!! The toilet was too low had to have help getting off of it (due to disability) The kids had fun in the pool I could not go.. the air too hot (there are a lot of pools like that). We had to ask for a microwave no charge for it but had to ask. Could not get to the computers in the front lobby. This is the second time we have stayed at a Best Western Plus in the Toronto Area and both time very disappointed. WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER ONE. except the one in Leamington Ontario.

    « Nice surprise »

We stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of it being next to the car rental place we used as well as access to the airport. The exterior looks dated so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised to step into the modern lobby. There was a nice bar and restaurant on the property. Our room was updated as well. The airport shuttle only runs every 40 minutes which we were alerted to upon our arrival. That way we were able to schedule our time appropriately.

« Best Western Plus Toronto Airport is a Plus Experience »

Clean and comfortable. Fast, friendly and helpful service. Rooms are large and amenities are good. Close to the airport so very popular with travellers. Good value for the price. I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now on business trips. Have not used the restaurant or the pool but often see travellers using these facilities. Recently renovated but bathrooms are not updated.

    2
    « Good location...that's about it. »

A lot of little things combined to make this a two star experience. Room keys needed to be reset three times upon arrival and then we tried to use one the next morning and it wouldn't work. (Did not demagnetize w/cell phone or anything like that.) Also felt like we were bothering staff each time we spoke with them. The worst issue was bed comfort and condition of sofa bed. It was terribly uncomfortable (wasn't expecting much though) but chip crumbs flew all over the place when I unfolded it. I brought my own sheet from home just for such a circumstance, but yeesh, how long had it been since the thing had been cleaned? Sofa beds altogether seem pointless - replace with a second bed! (which we requested) Of course the next question is: what ELSE wasn't cleaned? Also treated like lesser guests due to Hotwire.com reservation. This is becoming more common, I've noticed, but it's frustrating nonetheless. If the hotel doesn't value Hotwire guests, they why allow booking through the site!? We weren't expecting much - stayed in part because it was cheaper and only needed it for one night after a 10-hour drive. Parking was free, as was breakfast (although ended at 10am on a Sunday, so not great) but definitely glad we only stayed one night!

    4
    « Excellent Customer Service »

From the minute I arrived, I was treated well! The rooms are fine, pool clean and nicely lit by natural sunlight. When I had an every day issue with my room, maintenance came and addressed it and the manager left a note and treat bag, complete with free breakfast the next day. Class act! My only recommendation would be to allow enough time to eat breakfast. There was one server for many tables in the restaurant.

« Nice hotel, GREAT price »

I have to say, this summer I became a fan of the Best Western hotel chain. We stayed at 3 different hotels and I was impressed with them all. This one is quite basic but it was clean and very easy to check into. The parking lot was a bit packed but they included free parking in their hotel. I THINK they also include breakfast but we had to rush off. We got 2 big beds for the night for only $100 CAD...and the room was quite spacious, easily accomodating my 2 kids and my wife and me. Would stay again. The only thing was the pillows on the beds...they were full of a cheap foam which did not make for a the nicest sleep.

    5
    « Great nights stay »

Everything met expectations! A good comfortable sleep, a great pool area and a nice clean place! The location was great just off of the 401! Overall a great stay. Would not hesitate to return to this fine eztablishment!

« Bad luck, bad experience, bad, bad, bad »

Sometimes you get to a hotel and the experience is just so awful, you begin to wonder if you have wandered on the set of a bad reality TV show that no one told you about. I'm sure that most of the experiences our family had were just plain bad luck - however, I will not take them off the hook completely - because, for the most part, hotels that keep on top of maintenance and services don't have these sorts of problems. I've stayed in at least 200 or more different hotels over the course of the last 20 years with work/family travel - and quite honestly this makes the list of the bottom 10%. We had 3 rooms - and all 3 were about the same - except for the air conditioner in our room which was broken and didn't get fixed until we were in the middle of our 3 day stay. All 3 bathrooms had issues with the toilet flushing. For the last day 24hrs of our stay, there was no hot water and a carbon monoxide warning went off and required hotel guests to vacate the hotel immediately. With nothing really close by - you either made the excuse to go somewhere (provided you had your wallet and other personal belongings with you because firemen would not let guests go to their rooms) OR you hung around the parking lot for 3 hours in 33 degree weather waiting. Even if you choose to dismiss those as freak accidents, this is definitely not a PLUS Best Western. Whoever runs this hotel is making a very bad name for other Best Western Plus owners that have done a good job with their facilities. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms needed updating and, if I had to guess, were probably the best the 1980's had to offer but have not been updated since. Stay far away.

    3
« Family Stop, Great Pool »

Was here with my family before we left on a trip out of Toronto Pearson arport. The location is good. It really is an average Best Western jazzed up a bit. My kids liked the pool which was a welcome distraction so I could relax poolside. Ample towels. We took a taxi so I cant comment ok the shuttles the way other people have experienced. Staff were pleasant.

    « Bath very rusty ! »

We had booked this hotel for 3 nights and I had upgraded to have a room with jetted bath. When we got in (late), we did not realise the situation of the rusted jets in the bath, so I looked for another hotel and moved to a Holiday Inn. This was our first stay in a Best Western Plus and it will the last.

    « Great Hotel! »

We stayed at this hotel before flying to Dominican Republic. We used the Park, Stay and Fly option and were super satisfied with the service we received. The hotel is great; clean, comfortable and well located. We were told when the shuttle would pick us up in the morning and it was right on time. We were given a number to call for when we returned to Canada so the shuttle could come pick us back up. We called when we got our baggage and the shuttle came within 15 minutes. A short trip back to the hotel to use the restroom and pick up our vehicle. The price paid for the value and service received was outstanding. We will definitely stay at this hotel in the future, especially when traveling.

« HOLE IN WINDOW, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE »

I stayed here with my boyfriend last August and it seemed all good until the second night. We realized there was bugs coming inside from a small opening in the window net. It was difficult to sleep knowing that there could be a bug crawling on any one of us any second. We of course reported this issue and got treated like we knew nothing, with disrespect. It was honestly one of the worst customer services I have experienced. My boyfriend and I will never be staying at best western plus ever again!

« Great deal, friendly staff but a mixed bag at this property. »

Long term parking along at a hotel is a great option for our family, particularly given the superior international airfare deals available out of YYZ. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful from check-in to departure. Initial room smelled of smoke (I think the person in the connector was smoking) and we were immediately re-situated and given a complimentary continental breakfast voucher, even at 1AM. Cars are left outside in an unsecured lot, but we did not have any problems. Hotel is in an industrial area that seems quite safe. There is a Husky truck stop across the street that had the best fuel prices in the area. There is a bar and grill, "Cities", across the parking lot with good burgers and Barking Squirrel on tap. Great nightly and parking rates. Concerns: 1) Though the lobby is very nice, these rooms/furniture/stairwells are in major need of a refresh. Moldy/discolored/outdated floorboards, lampshades and bathrooms need attention. Anemic/out of date air conditioning unit. 2) Exterior doors at ends of property need to be locked at night or access controlled with key cards/intercoms. 3) Shuttle ran late for our departure, made an extra stop at another property (?) and was loaded beyond capacity on our run to YYZ. My 5-year old daughter was asked to relinquish her seatbelt and I said 'absolutely not'. The driver got it, no problems, but I shouldn't have been asked to do this in the first place. Upon our return, we grabbed a taxi instead of risking any further shuttle issues. These weren't complete deal breakers, but I'll probably look around for a slightly more upscale property around YYZ before re-booking this one. I think these problems could easily be addressed and raise the quality of this property immensely.

    « Airport shuttle appreciated »

We used the Best Western Plus Toronto Airport hotel as a one night stop as we needed accommodation that was reasonably priced and near the airport as we had a morning flight the next day. The hotel staff were all very helpful and upbeat. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The shuttle does take a good 20 minutes with other pick up locations so factor the additional time to be safe given the slow check in procedures and security checks.

« Trip to Toronto with Grandchildren »

We took the last three of our eight grandchildren to Toronto to attend the Medieval Times & Ripley's Aquarium. There were seven of us in total and couldn't get Hotel rooms nears these two attractions unless we were willing to spend an obscene amount of money for one night's lodging. So I booked the Best Western Plus Airport Hotel in Mississauga. Through no fault of the Hotel's, Dixie Rd. has lots of street construction going on & we had some difficulty getting into our Hotel but once in, it was fine. The parking is very accessible; the two girls at Reception were wonderful & made us feel very welcome. They gave us adjoining rooms, which was very nice. The rooms were lovely, the only thing we all agreed on was the beds were not comfortable in the least - way too hard, even the children complained. The bathrooms were very nice and well equipped. We were impressed by how clean the Hotel was (entrance, elevators, hallways, etc.) everything was well attended to. Due to the fact that our entertainment was downtown, we did not eat at the Hotel. All in all it was very nice and I would have no problem recommending it apart from the beds.

    4
    « Clean, Quiet Hotel »

We were placed here by Air Canada after our flight was canceled and were very surprised how nice it was. The check-in was easy, even though there were many of us arriving at the same time. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the HVAC wasn't too bad. My only issue was with the shuttle. Both drivers spent way too much time on their phones, which made me uncomfortable as its a highway drive and lots of traffic so you need to be focused. There is a restaurant attached which has a decent menu and we were happy to have somewhere to eat after a long day in airports.

« Hotel ok Park and fly ..not so much. »

Ok, I have stayed here before and had decided it was time to stay elsewhere but here I was finding myself back again. The hotel is decent. That's where it ends. Shuttle service is otherwise great...this is based on more than one stay. On our return we waited around as usual for our slow shuttle return.... at last a shuttle arrives only to tell us his empty shuttle won't take us back because someone else has been called to get us and he leaves. We wait....get back to our hotel only to find my car had been hit in the lot. I know it's not the hotels fault my issue with the lot is ..... it is not a private lot. The lot is open for anyone to park there including people who are drinking at a couple bars in a Plaza right in the same lot. Lesson learned. I've stayed at other hotels and the shuttle service is very quick, professional and polite. Price is cheaper here, for good reason. Parkers beware.

    2
    « Not a good experience. »

Maybe expected too much from the place. Prepaid for the room and was told no charges at time of check out but then was charged not once but twice by "accident", apparently the charges were reversed right away but now have to wait for those funds, which really put a damper on the rest of our vacation! :( not impressed. Overall the hotel was average.

« Great place to lay your head for the night »

We stayed here for the night and used the park and fly for the week. The hotel was nice. It has been newly remodelled. The rooms were very cleans and modern. I recommend booking earlier than we did as we couldn't get a king or queen bed. We had to get a room with two doubles. There was a little restaurant (shawarma) and a subway outside this hotel. Gas station too where you could purchase snacks and drinks. We did not eat at this hotel. Not sure if they had a bar/restaurant. I think they did tho. Very close to airport and shuttle service was good. Just call them when you land and they will be there in 20-30 mins. Good place to stay for the night. No complaints at all.

    3
« Clean Basic Room in Lousy Location »

There's nothing special about this hotel. The room was fine with reasonable space and a comfortable king bed. There is a free shuttle from the airport but be prepared for a long bumpy ride that makes other stops at other hotels. You may also have to drag your luggage up the steps into the vehicle, only to find that it's so crowded you have to drag your luggage to the back and squeeze it into the seat with you. Check-in was very slow with one person on the desk who was on the phone for 10 minutes before she got around to checking the waiting arrivals. The hotel's location is desolate. There are a few restaurants nearby, all of which looked second-rate and were closed up! Fortunately the hotel restaurant was quite decent although the menu was limited.

    4
    « A Convenience rather than a Destination »

There are many good things about this hotel, including the fair price and the location with easy access to the 401. There is construction in the area, so it was a little trickier navigating across the median with pylon barriers. Our room had many of the great amenities we have come to expect - a comfortable bed, small fridge and microwave, fair and free Wi-Fi connection, great shower pressure, good lighting and a quiet environment. We were told on check-in that it was an upgrade from what we had booked, but are not sure how a regular room would have differed. Perfect for a night of R&R. The extras that we appreciated were the available bathrobes, on-site eating (Savana Restaurant and Bar, Postcard Restaurant and Bar) and indoor spa facilities on the lower level. Parking is free, but requires a parking pass to be shown on the windshield. We got a room on a high floor as requested, and that was great to see that they do indeed read the reservation requests! Breakfast at the Postcard was adequate, but the service was excruciatingly slow because there was a single waiter working the whole room doing everything from greeting to payment. On the down side, there seem to be no restaurant or retail choices in the area except for the Subway situated across the hotel driveway. The restaurant on site appeared empty. Breakfast is not included, and the prices at the Postcard Restaurant start at about $11-15 per continental choice. The cleanliness of the bathroom floor and the hot tub was definitely not up to par. The hot tub was the destination, so it was a disappointment having to cancel that plan. There is no in-room safe. And as with many of the hotels in the area, the windows have not been cleaned on the outside for a very long time... such a shame, as we had a great view of the city. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, both on check-in and check-out. Our concerns were taken seriously, and we were given breakfast vouchers as compensation. The staff made the difference in giving this review a 4 rather than a 3 rating. Most clients seemed to be people on their way to or from the airport, and I think that the convenience of that amenity would make the hotel a perfect stopover.

    4
    « Park and Fly »

I stayed there with my family for one night and had two rooms. The staff was very helpful in every aspect. They even told us where to have good food in the area. We came back very late at night/Early morning and they sent the shuttle to pick us at the airport again. I plan to stay there every time I fly from Toronto.

« Very nice hotel and reasonably-priced for Toronto Area »

The hotel was certainly reasonably-priced, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The shower pressure was great, although the towels were a bit thin. The only toiletries provided without asking were soap, shampoo and conditioner. The rug had not been vacuumed, I think. There were bits of dress decoration still there from some other person. The internet was VERY slow, and I couldn't access some web sites from my room. However, the bed was comfortable and it was pleasant enough for a short stay.

    « Don't Miss(issauga) BW PLUS Toronto AIrport Hotel »

This time I was allotted a room meant for physically challenged. The wash room was very spacious and it had special stool to serve the needs of elderly people. This allotment should have happened to me due to availability. Although I liked this room, I wouldn't like to get this next time, as I don't want to deprive any physically challenged person of getting this special room. Of course I will demand this room, after a few years when I become old enough and end up as a physically challenged person!

« Good hotel with airport parking »

The hotel itself was very good with comfortable beds and a shuttle that you could book in advance at a scheduled time to get from the hotel to the airport. The only issue was with the return trip from the airport back to the hotel. We called for shuttle pickup and the shuttle arrived as promised to terminal 3. We left within 10 minutes and headed to terminal 1. There was no one waiting at terminal 1 so we continued to what we thought would be the hotel, nope we headed back to terminal 3 and waited at least another 10 minutes for passengers to arrive. We thought finally we would get to the hotel, nope we had to go to the comfort inn first to drop off passengers before heading to the best western. The time from getting on the shuttle to reaching our hotel was over an hour. Had we known this we would have spent the money and taken a cab. Next time I would find a cheaper hotel and pay for parking right at the airport.

« Well communicated and confortable room »

I stayed overnight just before my flight. For me was very convenient the free shuttle to and from the airport. I liked the WiFi, and the coffee or tea options at the room. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would probably stay again.

    « Great location »

I have used this hotel many times when traveling from the airport. It is convent and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like that they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. I haven't eaten at the restaurant as yet so I might do that depending on shen I arrive at the hotel next time.

    « Airport stay »

Was ok but not great. No breakfast, not even continental. The prices for breakfast to purchase are absurd! 10.99 for 2 eggs! Ac unit made noise all night. Was clean though and airport shuttle plus parking was good.

« Good choice for the Toronto Area »

Stayed here for 4 nights in late May. Hotel is located in quite a quiet area and restaurants are a bit of a drive but that was not a problem for us as we had a car. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel in general was well kept and breakfast was decent. Would probably go back if in the area again.

    4
« Great amenities and service. »

The hotel really has a lot to offer: free shuttle, parking available for up to 14 days if you are planning to travel, pool, free wifi, clean rooms, great service, great location, safe, gym! Great experience. Would definitely book again. A bit pricey.

    4
    « Convenient for airport »

We stayed overnight prior to flight with their park and fly package. Clean room, nothing fancy but did the job. Breakfast not included in the rate however we had a a good breakfast in adjoining restaurant. Shuttle came on time both to and back from airport. Reasonable rate for this package and we would stay again.

    4
« Great Price when booked in advance »

Pleasant staff, nice rooms, could use an extra luggage rack if 2 in a room. We stayed one night and paid approx. $70+taxes and returned spur of the moment a few nights later and rate was $129 for the last room available which was on ground floor. In spite of 2 buses full of students, it was quiet.

« Not flashy but it works! »

For business travellers, this smaller, very competitively-priced hotel is a standard Best Western, a 10 min. cab ride from Toronto Pearson and 20 mins. NW of downtown. Located at 401 east and Dixie Road, access to major highways is easy. The hotel has a restaurant that's decent and there's a 'Subway' and sports bar right around the corner. Across the driveway is low-cost 'Zoom' Car Rental and right next to that is a gas station for fill-up before you drop-off the car. This set-up is totally basic and works like a damn. Highly recommended if you're looking for simple, fast ..., and cheap.

« Great hotel and close to airport »

Great hotel and we had a very pleasant stay. Staff were all very accommodating. They went out of there way to ensure we had a great stay. This hotel is close to the airport which was beneficial in picking up family visiting. Will stay here again.

« Nice rooms but service below expectations »

I stayed hère for 2 nights and the room was fine but front desk staff was impatient, stressed and frankly unhospitable. I always felt I was bothering them. This is not what I expected as I have stayed in other BW properties and had been well served. They had elevator problème also which did not help. If you must want to sleep there it's okay but if you need assistance of some sorts food luck with the staff. Unless they have changed since then.

    4
« Good Experience at BW Plus Toronto Airport Hotel »

I stayed on the main floor at the end of the hall. Though it appeared to be a busy hotel, my room still was quiet. Not NEW furnishings in the room, but they are clean and well kept. My shower dripped through the night....but certainly not a "deal breaker." The large pool was wonderful for swimming. The whirlpool jets were "just right." The onsite restaurant was ran by friendly people and the food was good. I was here for a week of business, and I'd stay here again.

    3
    « Nice for a short stop »

We were lucky, to have a good quiet room. The staff was very kindly. Unfortunately, there was no good restaurant near-by, where to go, to have dinner. Free transportation to the Airport was very good.

    3
« Good location, friendly staff, nice room »

It is pretty close to the airport which is a plus for many. The staff st the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The hotel overall looks like it could use a little renovation but overall it's fine for a stop over or a business trip. Ample free parking which was nice.

« best hotel stay airport destination »

it was convenient close to the major highway restaurant close by fairly quiet clean and comfortable.. great sleep... a perfect respite during a busy work vacation. if you like exotic food nice mediterranean restaurant close buy and of course a subway sandwich right on the sight for a quick breakfast , if you do not wish to have a full breakfast which is available in the hotel. ala in all a great deal..

« Great Airport Escape Plan »

Stayed here for a night for the cheap parking for a two week trip. The hotel was fine, the staff was great. The only "less than extremely satisfied" experience was with the airport shuttle which took an extremely long "six minutes" (more like 36!) to pick us up at the airport.

    5
    « Post flight stay »

We stayed at the hotel after returning from a trip. We parked our car at the hotel prior to our flight and left the car there while traveling. Upon our return, we stayed at the hotel since we had an evening return. The hotel shuttle took us to the airport and returned us to the hotel. It was very convenient.

« Perfect for Park and fly »

I'm writing this review as I lay in the bed. So far this hotel is perfect. 5 minutes after we got into our room the fantastic staff member who checked us in called and asked if we needed anything. Beds are very comfortable. The room has a flat screen TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Haven't yet been down to the pool not sure I will but I'm sure it would be just as clean as the room is. I have only been a few hotels near the airport for Park and fly but this one is my favorite so far and will probably be my go to place. The parking is in a lot to the side is the hotel it is outdoor and not secured but is well lit and I have no worries leaving my car there. The price was very fair and the weekly parking was only a small fee when room is booked directly through the hotel. All in all a perfect hotel for our needs and I will recommend it

A nice and peaceful stay at the Best Western PLUS Toronto Airport Hotel in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Close to the airport. I would stay here again, and I highly recommend the hotel to others. Also the staff were very good.

« great place to stay for park & fly, be wary of room choices they can be very noisy »

the rooms are nice, front desk helpful, & no problems with shuttle, the only complaint was we were in a room on the first floor right by the lobby and all night long all we heard were the doors opening and shutting, my advice is get a room farthest from the lobby, we hardly got any sleep, other than that it was clean and convenient

    5
« Room was amazing and relaxing. Bed was particularly comfortable. »

My experience could not have been better at this Best Western. I was able to eat, relax, and swim and it was very enjoyable. I especially enjoyed the shuttle service that was able to take me to the airport once I checked out.

    « Quick trip »

It's a good clean hotel, nothing fancy. Bathroom was a bit dated but the room had a mini fridge & microwave and robes plus desk and lounge chair in the king size room. There is also a small gym downstairs and a shuttle to and from airport (give them 1 h notices or schedule more ahead to go back to airport as it is not really "on-demand" - only airport pick up is). Its is very close to the airport and to the highway system but there is also a lot of construction on Dixie Rd in front of the hotel (working on the interchange). I did not like the coffee provided either in the room or at the restaurant but there is McD and Starbucks just down the street. BWT500

« Good spot for the night »

Needed an inexpensive hotel near the airport with shuttle service. This did the job. Room was comfortable. Nothing fancy but very good for the night small bathroom. Free coffee I the lobby. Breakfast was available but not for our early flight

    4
« Stay, park & fly... served purpose »

The the only reason is so we can park our car here for a week and also we had a very early flight. The room wasn't fancy but it's got everything you need. It's clean but dated. The shower is extremely loud, if we can hear people talking I'm sure they can hear our shower at 3am. The shuttle bus was on time. The parking wasn't gated but was safe. Don't expect too much then you won't be disappointed.

    « Horrible shuttle service »

Hotel was fine. No complaints. You need a better shuttle service. Whats the point of having a sign up sheet when the drivers get in they dont check whos who. We stayed one night to catch a plane in the morning. The morning we were leaving there was a heard of people and it was a struggle to get on a shuttle. Theres no space for luggages, wheel chairs, or strollers. There was no special accomodation. A lady in a wheel chair had to be hoisted up on to the bus by her son. I had to hold my dress with my carry on in one seat and my feet were burning with the heaters blasted on my legs. My group of people just fit on the bus. On our return it took us 2 hours to get a damn shuttle! It was down pouring rain but if we didnt stay at the bus stop we would miss getting on! I got on a shuttle and my family didnt, there were too many people wanting to get in the same shuttle, people who were not part of our group pushing and shoving on to the bus...so i got off so that my 65yr old aunt and mother can get out of the freezing cold rain and I waited for another one with the rest of my group 45mins later. There was no organization!!!! What disgusting service. Its better to cough up more money for a hotel that provides more shuttle service. Every other hotel was coming every 10minutes. What a way to come back from vacation! Horrible! Get a better shuttle system!

    « What I needed »

Suited my purposes. I was hoping to stay in the hotel that hosted my training conference and it worked out. the staff were friendly and effective. The shuttle was nice, but it could have been made clear upon reservation that I needed to call for it when I arrived at the airport, instead of waiting and finally looking for the instructions on a wall near the shuttle stop at the airport. Otherwise, the visit was a success.

« gets the job done »

hotel's a little dated, but in good shape & nice. would warn potential guests that indoor pool is NOT heated (was way too cold to swim in) & hot tub was only bath-water warm. so if those are 2 amenities that you look for in a hotel, you might want to look elsewhere. but if those are things you don't really care about & just what a decent/nice place to crash at the end of the day, this could be the place for you. also, they don't offer a free breakfast.

« Excellent and convenient hotel »

Excellent hotel, helpful staff and great convenience for the airport. The desk staff were professional and friendly. Our kids loved the pool. The parking service was really helpful for our trip. I would definitely stay there again if I was flying out of Toronto.

« Good hotel for cheap price! »

My boyfriend, my four year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel last weekend. Although the exterior is a little outdated, the interior was much nicer. This hotel has free parking, an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. My only issue was that the pool was freezing cold. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

« Good quality accommodations for travellers »

Just checked out of our room at the Best Western Plus Airport Hotel so decided to write this review while fresh.. This is a basic hotel. It appears to have been recently updated, but don't expect the Four Seasons - that said, the common areas are pleasantly appointed and the staff are very friendly. The room itself is clean, but again very basic (which is completely fine at this price point). The hotel's location, south of Pearson Airport, is about a 10 minute drive via the complimentary shuttle van, and it's literally in the middle of nowhere. A Subway Sandwich restaurant across the entrance is a good option if you don't want dinner at the hotel restaurant (we didn't eat at the hotel having checked in late, but the menu looked decent and the prices were reasonable). You book your shuttle at check-in which is efficient and a wake up call (especially if your flight is early like ours!) will get you up and into the updated bathroom for a shower on time! Expect no frills and you won't be disappointed in the room. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, basic hotel prior to a flight out of Toronto that includes on-site complimentary parking. We will return.

    « Excellent Value & Great Staff! »

This was our first stay at this Best Western location. The park and fly arrangement and shuttle service to and from Pearson International Airport were great. All staff (front desk and lounge) were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay at this Best Western again.

    « Best Western Plus »

Great place to stay while enroute to Mexico. We only stayed one night but our room was clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly and the airport shuttle was great. Would stay there again!! There was a nice restaurant in the hotel or a friendly little bar a few steps from the hotel that had delicious food.

    « Service was ok »

Stood here for one night with my family and the service was ok! The front desk agents needs a little training on how to greet guests when they arrive. The carpet in the room had a foul odor. The hotel itself also needed some repairs. The only good thing about this hotel is that they provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise I will not stay here again.

    3
    « Room is Fine. »

The room is fine. Nothing fancy, but fine. And clean so that matters most. The shuttle called my room ten minutes before the scheduled time to say he was leaving if I didn't come down right away. Then, after rushing down and getting on the bus, he proceeded to announce he couldn't leave earlier than scheduled. Aside from that the hotel is extremely far from the other airport hotels with very little around. The Internet has weird filters that block certain websites (and I don't mean adult websites) that have no reason being blocked - my job takes me to a lot of hotels and I've never seen that before.

    5
« Wonderful Updated Rooms, close to airport, price is Right! »

Excellent airport, the parking to get back into the hotel is not super close, but this hotel is worth it. The staff is friendly, warm and inviting. The hotel has been recently renovated, our room was carpet free which was wonderful. We stayed here one night before our flight to Mexico and paid significantly less to stay here then our friends at nearby hotels. You can somewhat hear the planes overhead at night, but we still got an excellent sleep and were very close to the airport.

« Best Western Toronto Airport »

Rate very reasonable. Reception desk people very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants within walking distance besides the hotel restaurant. Not far from the airport and the hotel transportation every 40 minutes, they wanted to be notified however upon arrival just in case the transportation is delayed for some reason. Rooms are small but clean. Will stay there again in future.

« close to airport; clean and fair price »

Stayed here on business in April. Booked through Booking.com for $78. Very clean modern hotel, Parking is tight. Has an airport shuttle. Room was large, clean and bright. TV was not large enough but worked well. Had a very delicious breakfast the next morning in the on site restaurant. Will have stay here again on the next trip.

« Over the top with Service »

So back in 2015 I had a terrible experience with this hotel which I wrote a scathing review about. After the review they requested another chance to make it a better stay. Since then they have changed their management, and I have decided to stay again. We are heading there tonight for a stay before our trip. So let me give you a review of service before arrival. This trip is a surprise 40th birthday for my husband. The hotel is not only putting our friends in the rooms beside us as they are decorating our Room for his birthday!! They are not charging us for this - they are enjoying the surprise as well! This is customer service over and above! When you go through so much planning to make the whole trip a surprise in the first place and you have staff that are willing to help you make is so special it makes a huge difference! I will write another review when we return complete with pictures of the room and their efforts! I am so looking forward to our stay there! BEST 40th EVER!

    « Between flights »

Staff friendly and helpful. Room ok but needed refeshing. Juccuzi was not appealing to take bath in. Again, requires updating. Room origionally booked was being rennovated so was given junior suite. So, they seem to be trying.

    « Quick overnight »

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The Internet was good and the staff helped us with the printing of colour documents which saved us a trip to the nearest print shop.

    4
    « Convenient »

If you are looking for a park and fly type of hotel close to Toronto, not too expensive, this is the right choice. They have a comfy shuttle, very professionnal. Staff is nice and the room is clean and quiet. The parking lot is safe so you can leave your car for a week without any risk. Will come back if necessary.

« Average hotel with good service »

I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast included. The coffee pot in my hotel was missing a caffeinated coffee option, and although the front desk staff was happy to provide it once I went downstairs, I had to get dressed and go down and ask for it at which point I just went to the hotel restaurant. The staff was friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good....I had both breakfast and lunch there and both were excellent. We had a large group for lunch and everyone enjoyed their food, but the service was very slow which was surprising considering we were the only party in the restaurant at that time.

    « A top notch Park & Fly!! »

We recently left our car for one week here at BWT500. This hotel is close to everything!! Although 3 AM when we arrived at the hotel, paperwork was ready and we easily found a parking spot. We waited only about 10 minutes until we were quickly taken by shuttle for about a 10 minute drive to our departure terminal; aided by a very helpful driver. Upon our return, one week later (again, after midnight) we waited only about 10 minutes at the airport for our shuttle back to the hotel, with that same helpful driver carefully helping us with our bags. Again, at the hotel the front desk folks were ready for us; paperwork efficiently ready to sign and then off to our oh-so-comfy room. Always clean and quiet with plenty of all necessary amenities, crisp sheets and a cozy bed, the experience was 100% positive. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

    4
« Great value, service and experience. I'll be back! »

I was made to feel very welcome and valued and my room was very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the location is great. I like the comfortable bar and restaurant downstairs as well! Free parking and an airport shuttle really make it great value.

    « Not impressed »

Stayed one night didn't sleep. Wife booked king size to find out they only had 2 queens/doubles. Then held way more for incidentals than they were supposed too. Rooms very noisy you can hear everything and the stupid flashing light for the fire system or whatever it is very annoying. Wouldn't recommend

    « Perfect 4 Airport »

We stay at this hotel whenever we are flying out of Toronto. Great to stay the night before your flight, park your car and then take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. On return, shuttle back to hotel to get car. Like park &a fly but you get the comfort of staying the night before. No rush. Hotel is clean and staff has always been friendly. Shuttle runs all the time so convenient. Price was reasonable and with leaving the car, awesome. And you park on site...which is a huge bonus. No free breakfast. Only down side. Good choice for travellers flying out of Toronto. We will be back next year when we head south again.

« Couple of quick layovers »

We had a layover going to and from Orland and booked a room at the Best Western to get a few hours sleep. And by few, I mean 3 hours each way. The rooms were nothing fantastic, but it served its purpose. For the shuttle, if you're arriving at Terminal 1, once you pick up your baggage, call the hotel to request the shuttle. Then, take the elevator down one floor and go to S5. It`s actually pretty simple to find, though, like us, you may need to ask directions. The first time, we took a cab. It's $36 to the hotel which is 7-8 mins away. You may need to wait 20-40 minutes for the shuttle depending if it's in transit or not. As for getting the shuttle to the airport, book it at check-in. It's a bit annoying when the time slot you want is all booked up, but that's what happens when you arrive at 3 in the morning. Rates are good and I would probably use the Best Western again for a layover.

    4
« Park sleep and fly »

Did not use the gym or pool. Basically it was to park the car and get a shuttle to the airport. It worked. Alot of people use it for just that. We ate at the restaurant. It was good. Worked for what we wanted.

    3
« Average hotel. Poor shuttle service. »

Check in was quick. Lobby is nice; have coffee available. Rooms okay. Bed comfortable. Shuttle to airport on time however good luck trying to get shuttle from airport to hotel. Average wait time was 30-60 minutes. Easier to take a cab. Hotel only 5 minutes away.

    « Average Hotel »

Good for a quick stay. When I stayed in 2014 they were more helpful and also gave us a welcome package, water and some snacks but none was offered this time and they did not ask if I was a Best Western member. The restaurant only had one staff member on duty and that is not acceptable for a long weekend.

    « Excellent Stay »

The stay was excellent, I would definitely come back, or recommend it to others. Only 2 small issues: - The in-room interment could be a bit fast - The air conditionning is a bit noisy, (is an old model)

    4
« Before and after our flight »

Very clean and quiet. Nicely decorated. Breakfast included which was nice and quick. Airport shuttle included, just had to give them a call on our return for quick and easy pickup. Parking for the week available at $10.00 per day with stay. Would stay again, easy access to 401.

« Stopover stay after late hour arrival from Costa Rica. »

Rooms were in good condition. Disappointed that breakfast was not included. On a previous stay 2 weeks earlier, we had breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Service was not good-they had run out of eggs! This time, we chose to go elsewhere for breakfast. BWT500

« Good but to expensive »

Very nice hotel. Clean and quite. Shuttle was great,on time. Only had to wait 5 minutes But the price was to high. For one person, one night. Two weeks parking $199 plus tax. This was to much to my liking

« Great value, close to Pearson Airport »

We stayed overnight on a trip home from the Caribbean after arriving very late at Pearson. The hotel is on the South side of the airport and is not as close as some other hotel options, but is extremely reasonably priced. We had a quiet clean room with 2 Queen beds (very comfortable with nice firm pillows). The staff was very friendly (even with a midnight arrival) and keen to help. The breakfast options were excellent and our waiter was very quick, efficient and attentive. It did not seem as if the shuttle bus runs on a regular schedule late at night - we had to call the hotel from the Terminal to have a shuttle bus dispatched. In the morning (Sunday) it took about 5 minutes to get to Terminal 1 from the hotel, but it could be a bit longer on a workday. Overall a good stay and we would go back.

    5
    « Clean and Comfortable »

« Good Value near the airport »

Excellent greeting at 1:30am, clean room, free shuttle to the airport. Only problem asked for a wake up call for early flight and did get it. All else was positive. We would stay there again when in the area.

« Clean, quiet and pleasant near Pearson Airport »

The evening shuttle bus came on time and the morning shuttle bus returned us on time. The room was simple with a nice clean and comfortable bed. We got our wakeup call as requested. The breakfast was nice and staff was very pleasant. The price was reasonable good value. Very nice place for that overnight stopover near Pearson.

    « Comfortable and accessible »

Stayed here on a recent business trip. I stayed in the executive king suite and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and made my stay mire enjoyable. The only downside was the amenities in the area. There were very few restaurants in the area so dinner options were very limited. The hotel however is quite close to the airport and I will be staying here again on my next business trip to the GTA.

« Cancelled future reservation based on this experience. »

We booked this hotel as part of a Stay-Park-Fly package. When booking, we were told via phone that parking was on site which was very important to us, and it was indeed on site and convenient. However, we were also assured that for the airport shuttle we just had to call a 1-800 number when our flight arrived (after clearing customs and picking up our baggage) and they would come to pick us up right away - which couldn't be further from the truth. Our one night stay at the hotel took place the night before our early morning departure. The rooms are in serious need of renovation and a thorough cleaning. The bathtub, for example, was incredibly grimy and in need of a good scrub. Upon getting the coffee maker set up for the morning, we found it to still contain the previous guests coffee filter and grounds. That should not have been overlooked. When checking out the next morning we politely informed the front desk staff that they might want to look into this so it doesn't happen again and they did apologize and offer to take $10 off our bill, which was unexpected but a nice gesture. Since two in our party already reserved for a future Stay-Park-Fly package at the hotel, they applied the credit to that future stay which was very much appreciated. If this was the extent of our poor experience we would have no issue returning to give another try, as mistakes happen and the coffee maker and tub could have been an honest oversight and we could have had a bad room in this regard. However, our experience with the shuttle cannot be overlooked and the hotel staffs' response was nothing short of uncaring and rude. When we returned to Canada late at night after an already delayed flight we cleared customs and collected our baggage before calling the 1-800 number for the hotel as instructed. This call took place at 10:17 p.m. We were informed the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes. This alone was surprising as we were told when booking the hotel that they come immediately to pick you up which should not take 20 minutes. Their pick up spot is also not right in front of a door where you can stay inside and watch for the shuttle. Instead, you have to be outside in the cold. We stayed in for as long as possible then ventured outside to wait in the crowded shuttle pick-up area as the time got closer, watching as many other airport hotel shuttles came and went, sometimes multiple times. A shuttle pulled up shortly after the time we were told it would be there, but the shuttle driver would not let us on, telling us it was not going back to the hotel. Where was it going then? Other people were allowed on this shuttle. Very suspicious. I called the number again and the woman on the phone was uncaring and couldn't explain where this particular driver was going; only saying we had to wait some more and it would be there ?soon'. When I said we had already been waiting well over the 20 minutes since we called originally and asked if this is normal behaviour for the shuttles and we were concerned because we have a future reservation, I was told that it's irrelevant when we call because the shuttle is supposed to run to a schedule and sometimes it is late. It does not come to pick you up when you call. This was not what we were told when we booked, and was something we specifically asked about. Still more time passes and we seemed to be the only airport hotel guests waiting at that stop that never received a shuttle pick-up. The stop cleared out and yet we remained to wait. And wait. And wait. The shuttle certainly did not come ?soon' as I was told during my last phone call. When the driver finally pulls up, there was no apology for the wait or explanation. At this point, it had been close to 50 minutes. To add to our delay in getting to the hotel, we get in the shuttle and then had to stop at another hotel to drop off guests! It wasn't even a Best Western. We weren't informed that this was a shared shuttle and that we would be making additional stops. We finally get to the hotel, and when unloading luggage I go to take my suitcase and the driver swings another bag around so harshly and without looking around at all and knocks my bag to the ground in the slush and narrowly misses me. All he did was grunt an insincere apology with his back to me. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again. The reservation for an upcoming stay has been cancelled and we booked elsewhere. It should never take close to an hour from a call to the 1-800 number to finally arrive at an airport hotel. Had we received an explanation of why we couldn't get on the shuttle that arrived at the 20-ish minute mark with their Best Western logo (and yes it had the correct location printed on the shuttle, we were not mistaken as we are aware there are multiple ones in the airport vicinity) did not allow us on and why we were left in the cold we may have been more forgiving. But calling the hotel to inquire and impart our concerns proved fruitless, the staff did not care in the slightest and were extremely rude on the phone and we will certainly not risk a similar experience in the future. I advise you to do the same.

after driving all day I needed a good sleep no such luck very loud next room over I went to the pool area to relax in hot tub where two teenagers were swearing at each other and spitting at each other I will not stay here again

« Excellent except for housekeeping. »

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and assisted in a very friendly manner with any request during our four-night stay. The bar was fun and the food was great. Our only complaint is the housekeeping. The same small piece of paper was on the carpeting in our room for all days. I do not believe the vacuum ever entered our room. The furniture was dusty, the bathroom counter was never cleaned ( I did it myself ), there were crumbs on the desk after cleaning. It appeared all that was done was to make the bed and hang fresh towels. The third morning of our stay, my partner was not feeling well, so we did not leave the room until around 3:00 p.m. We were met by one of the housekeepers and sternly reprimanded. We never had the chance to say we were sorry before she became angry with us. But for the housekeeping, we would love to stay here again. Kudos especially to Mersad and Janine (hopefully spelled right) at the front desk.

    « Excellent Choice »

Highly recommend this hotel. Rates are very reasonable. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived around 11 pm, and the front desk clerk immediately called us over to him where we booked in. He took care of us promptly, and even told us if we needed anything that he'll be working until 4 am. I thought that was a nice personal touch, and it helped make our stay more special. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely book here again!!

    « Basic »

The room was big very clean and the bed was comfortable, with good pillows. The front desk staff was very helpful but to me I found the hotel itself was lacking the finish touches. The restaurant was very basic for breakfast, but after saying that I would stay there again if on a budget

« Shuttle service from airport very poor. »

Great shuttle service going to airport. However, coming back had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up. Other hotel shuttles came about every 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

    « great amenities »

I have always found this hotel in good working order, friendly staff. Restaurants and pubs on site or centrally located. Parking on site. Right at 401 exit, 10 minutes from the Dixie GO station. Going through massive updating but it looks great!!!

    « Solid overnight hotel »

We stayed here after a late night flight and found it very comfortable. It is conveniently located close to the airport and has easy access to the 401. The shuttle was on time both dropping off and picking up late at night. The room was a good size and included a large flat screen TV, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. We found it very quiet which is unusual for being so close to the airport and a busy location. There is on site parking which was well lit but note that it is not covered parking. Overall it is good bang for the buck and we would definitely stay here again.

« Good hotel for Toronto airport layover »

We have stayed twice recently when needing to overnight in Toronto due to airport connections. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes and is reasonably on time. Quick check in. The place is clean and the restaurant is quite fine for the purpose. Staff are friendly and generally helpful.

    « Park and Fly »

Clean hotel with comfortable beds convenient to the airport. We left our car there and picked it up a week later - no problems. Subway restaurant next door also very clean and provided a cheap, easy evening meal. Our flight left before we could try the breakfast at the hotel. Long wait for airport shuttle after our flight only downside which was a poor end to our vacation. Otherwise shuttle service was good and driver was careful.

    « Excellent Hotel »

We take a yearly trip and stay at this Best Western. Rooms are always clean and Staff is always helpful. They also provide us with a place to park the car while we are gone. This hotel is also close to Major Hwy's so very easy to find.

« Awesome Stay once again »

Stayed one night, and parked our car for a week while we vacationed...no issues at all. Had dinner in the lounge in the hotel the night before, it was also awesome! Another great stay and affordable. Very comfortable room!

« Dirty and rude staff »

The staff at the front desk were rude and very unfriendly when we checked in. When we got to out room we noticed there was no mirror in our room at all - not even in the bathroom. The curtains had huge holes in them so the light was shinning through. Overall the room was grungy and needed a good clean. See pictures for what rooms actually look like before you book.

    « easy stay »

great location if you are flying . they look after everything from food to transportation it just makes life so simple. the best part was the pickup at the airport. they said they would be at S5 in 10 minutes and they were.

    « Dirty outdated rooms »

The staff at the check in counter were very unprofessional and seem like they didn't want to be there. The rooms have mismatch furniture, worn out bathroom fixtures and are not clean. Would recommend not staying here! The staff at the restaurant were very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel before our Vacation. Great parking and comfy rooms. Staff very accomodating as well. There is a Sports Bar just around the corner that is great as well. You also have great use of the computers right in the lobby. Drop Off and Pick Up from Airport went great.

« The victim od card skimming »

Unfortunately, I have a nightmarish experience with the Best Western Toronto Aiport Hotel and I'd like to warn people against this hotel. Me and my husband spent only one night on the 29th of January 2016. I want to inform the manager of this hotel that I'm the victim of debit card skimming at this hotel. One of the customer servicer (a young man) probably scanned and stole information from my card's magnetic strip. Then I had some fraudulent charges on my card. The same happened to my friend whom we travelled with. I have already reported this crime to police.I can e-mail further information including scans, reservation numbers etc. I truly hope, you will do everything you can to solve this problem. I'm looking forward to your reply. Sincerely, Grace.

    « Clean, friendly, courteous »

Room was clean (we were initially placed in a first floor room that was not acceptable). Staff was helpful in ensuring we made the shuttle for the airport (called the rooms if not waiting in entranceway). Parking is on site so you can access your vehicle. Free Wifii. The shuttles are 40 mins apart, so the wait at the airport can be delayed. We waited for almost an hour. When I shared this with the front desk personal on Feb 16, they offered us breakfast the next morning. This was very much appreciated. BWT500 Paula Kingston

« Nice for one night »

Close to the airport, restaurant was excellent, had Caeser salad and soup which hit the spot, our hallway on our floor smelled like cigarette smoke, and trying to get our reward points while checking out could not be done, free shuttle to the airport.

    3
    « Shuttle Service »

We were told to phone for the shuttle once we had collected our luggage. We should have phoned from the plane. We waited over an hour watching shuttles pass 2 - 3 times from every other hotel but Best Western. Will use a different hotel next time.

    « Making the change »

The midst of renovating and it's starting to look awesome !!! We got an great deal online for a night. 77$ Close to the airport and the shuttle runs quite often. I know the second floor is completely renovated :) For anyone interested....they are selling any and all furniture from the renovation...cheap!

« Overnight stay prior to flying out »

Booked this hotel specifically because of their overnight and car parking package. Arrived around 4:00pm and was checked in quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we booked a room with a king-size bed and our first room had a queen. A quick visit to the front desk and all was rectified, no problem. Room was clean and fresh. Front desk staff were positive and helpful.

    « good hotel »

This is the second time we have stayed at this best western plus hotel prior to our flight south. The location is perfect. Easy to get to, close to the airport, gas station right next to the hotel...and parking available to leave the car while away. We found the hotel staff to be pleasant. The room is standard and good value for the price. We ate in the restaurant. It was ok. Could have had more variety on the menu. The shuttle was on time and got us to the airport quickly. Pick up was good as well. We waited approximately 20 minutes for pick. All in all a good experience and I would definitely stay there again!

    « Location, location, location! »

This wasn't our first time at the Best Western on Dixie and it certainly will not be our last. The location is perfect for flying out of Toronto airport. The price is right for overnight and leaving a vehicle for a week or two. The shuttle was right on time both going to the airport and picking us up when we returned. Having an in house restaurant is just a huge bonus!

    « Excellent customer service! »

A huge thank you to Janine who went above and beyond. I had a family situation come up that prevented me travelling to Toronto later this week. After dealing with flights I called to cancel my reservation, only to find out I was a full NINE minutes too late to cancel through orbitz. I called best western plus Toronto and had a very helpful person in Janine who called air canada and orbitz to get it all sorted out. I so appreciate her help and understanding! While I didnt actually stay here, I will definitely book directly next time and no doubt will choose this hotel! Thank you!

    « Very good »

Stayed Feb 12 because of a stop over after vacation. Good value for traveling and the rate is very competitive. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Shuttle from the the airport and back the next morning with flexible times. Service was good. The only thing the didn't tell me there would be a $30 charge on credit card for incidentals and held for 2 to 5 days before its returned.

« Use this hotel for travel when flying »

Hotel is close to 401. They have parking for my week long vacation and shuttle service to the airport. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. My wife has asthma that is set off by fragrances for air fresheners and some cleaning products. The staff has always helped with this issue.

    « Great Stopover »

Stayed the night of January 27 with an early flight next morning at 6:25 am. We arrived before the check in time and were given an early check in with just a half hour to wait. We were a couple of hours early because my son was dropping us off and taking our vehicle. No problem for them to accommodate us with an earlier call to ask if we could get an early check in. They said they were really busy and could not promise but would put the request in. They were very happy to accommodate us with a very clean and pleasant room. There is a restaurant on site, just off the lobby with a very tasty looking menu. We chose to just get a sub at a Subway that was a 50 foot walk across the entrance driveway...very convenient. There is a lovely pool and exercise room that , at that time was not being used at all. We asked for a wake up call at 2:40 to get their free shuttle to the airport at 3:20 (they leave every 30 min. or so). Absolutely no problems and coffee and juice in the lobby while we waited for it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are taking a flight out to other destinations. Excellent value for the money.....very reasonable.

« Air Travel Stay Over »

Traveling from our holiday in Cuba, we needed a hotel to stay at over night before we continued our trip home. The Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel was perfect! It was very affordable, the room was very comfortable, and it had a restaurant attached which was great as the night we arrived was extremely cold outside.

    5
    « Fantastic hotel »

We overnighted at this hotel on our way to Cuba January 28th. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We arrived in Toronto from Saskatoon at rush hour and in a snow storm. The shuttle to and from the airport was great! We had supper at the restaurant and the food was very good. Overall no complaints and we would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

« Great price for good hotel! »

We spend a night here on February 2nd (5 of us including 3 kids). We were on our way for vacation so spent the night here and parked the car for 12 days while we were gone. Hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was great. Would absolutely stay here again. (though not sure I would eat at their restaurant unless I didn't have another option as I felt it was way over priced and only so-so for food).

    2
    « over priced food »

The hotel I would qualify as entry level despite the fact that it was recently upgraded. When I booked I was expecting better and my biggest shock came at breakfast were 2 eggs, whole wheat toast and coffee cost me over $17.00 with tip and was not worth half that price and when I mentioned it to the front desk got no comments at all form the personnel and that left me with the impression that customer service was not very high on the list

    4
    « pleasantly surprised »

The room is exactly what you'd expect - comfortable, spacious, the amenities. But stay here for the food! We ate lunch and dinner here - actually there's no where else to go & why walk along a highway with no sidewalks when you can eat at the hotel. We were worried, we are captive, but we didn't expect the quality of food and service we received. Maria, from Krakow, brings all the gentility of old world service and the chef, from Jamaica, knows all the right touches for superb steak. What a wonderful way to start a holiday!

« A stopover hotel before or after a flight »

The hotel was clean and the room (king bed) was a good size. The property is a bit dated but all in all was in good shape. We stayed there on our return from a cruise for just one night. The assigned room had a funny odour so we requested another room which they immediately gave to us and it was fine. The bed was comfortable as Best Western Plus advertises. I am a Best Western Awards member and since I booked the room with Expedia they did not give me any points. Apparently each individual BW hotel can decide whether to give you points or not if you did not book directly with Best Western, which was news to me. I expected at least a continental breakfast to be included in the price but this was not the case. They have a restaurant on sight where you must purchase breakfast at an additional charge for $10 and up each.

« Cancelling future reservation based on this experience.

Gross! That should not have been overlooked. When checking out the next morning we politely informed the front desk staff that they might want to look into this so it doesn't happen again and they did apologize and offer to take $10 off our bill. When we returned to Canada after an already delayed flight we cleared customs and collected our baggage before calling the 1-800 number for the hotel as instructed. We stayed in for as long as possible then ventured outside to wait in the crowded shuttle pick-up area as the time got closer, watching as many other airport hotel shuttles came and left with their passengers. At 10:38 a Best Western Plus Dixie Rd. shuttle pulls up. We approach along with another couple heading to this hotel and are told by the shuttle driver we can't get on and he isn't heading back to the hotel. We watch as many others jump on board. The driver stands outside for a bit and tells us that a shuttle will be there in five minutes and its currently at Terminal 1. Frustrated and cold, I call the hotel. I ask why their shuttle would turn up at the time they indicated, and let other people on but not us, and where it is going if not back to the hotel? I was put on hold and then when the lady returned she just said the next one would be there in a few minutes. I told her my parents have reservations at her hotel in the future and that we are concerned by this situation with the shuttle, and asked if this was a regular practice as its very deceitful to tell your clients that the shuttle was supposed to pick you up right after your flight, etc. I was told that it 'runs on a schedule' and that I would just have to wait. So not only were we lied to initially about how the shuttle works, but their 'schedule' isn't on time. When I asked if she realized how deceitful this is to clients I was just told "I understand" and nothing more. No apology whatsoever for what we were going through. And where was this shuttle that arrived at the specified time we were told going to with the people who were allowed on, if not back to the hotel? More time passes and 'our' shuttle still doesn't show up. Other passengers are getting frustrated along with us. It is cold outside. We watch as other airport shuttles come and go, for some hotels multiple times; yet still we wait. When it finally shows up, it is 38 minutes past the time we originally called. It takes some time to get everyone's luggage loaded and finally we are on our way. But it turns out that we aren't headed directly to our hotel. Instead, we are stopping to drop off passengers at a Comfort Inn, which we weren't told about beforehand! By the time we get to our hotel, it is now 53 minutes from the time we originally called for pickup. This is completely unacceptable to get to an airport hotel. When unloading the luggage from the back, the driver sets my suitcase down. I go to grab the handle and pull it towards me and he swings another bag around slamming it into my suitcase knocking it over. I get an unconcerned 'sorry' grunted at me, without even looking at me, as I pick up my bag. Overall this was a terrible experience, particularly when you are returning from a long flight and have a further 3 hour drive from the airport to your home. As a result, we intend to cancel our reservation that is in place for a Stay-Park-Fly package a couple months from now and will find a different airport hotel to give our business to. We aren't alone in our dissatisfaction with this experience, as other couples waiting for the same shuttle also had future reservations and have stated they too would be looking elsewhere. Please do yourself a favor and consider doing the same.

The service is excellent and the food at the restaurant was very good also...It's a very clean Hotel and the staff is friendly...I recommend this Hotel.. the only problem is with their night shuttle service because it's slow to arrive at the airport but it's fast to return to the airport but over all... it's a great place to stay... it's also not far from the airport...

« Very Helpful Front Desk Staff »

We arrived at this hotel at about 1:00 AM. Our flight had been delayed. The front desk staff were very understanding of our personal circumstances. We had to leave the hotel at 6:00 AM the same morning. (To say the least, it was a very brief stay.) In any case, the staff arranged free transportation to the airport. We appreciated the great service from the night staff at the Best Western PLUS Toronto Airport Hotel.

« Arrival in Toronto Airport »

The hotel is very convenient when leaving or arriving at Toronto international airport and the hotel can become a home away from home, especially as a welcoming spot when coming back to Canada from a long trip. We have stayed there many times over the years. If you do stay before or after air travel, be sure to get the northern route to the terminals avoiding the highways which can be quite slow during rush hours.

« Hotel is fine. Airport Shuttle service upon Return, HORRIBLE!! »

We got two rooms, one for my kids, my wife and myself and one for my sister and her boy. We had one car to part for a week and were using the "Stay and Fly" feature. The hotel is very nice looking and the rooms are comfortable. The showers and bathroom are looking very dated and need some sort of intervention to bring them back to life. The wifi worked great and we slept comfortably. The next morning we got the shuttle to go to the airport and found another couple waiting there from the previous shuttle that could not all fit in due to the size of their group. The shuttle left a bit earlier than we had arranged, which was fine as I think they were trying to get the stranded couple caught up to their group already at the airport. We got dropped off at the correct terminal. Week later we return and call the 800 number to get a shuttle. It's about 4:00 PM. We get our luggage and go through customs. I call the 800 number and it takes about 40 rings before someone answers!! I ask if this is the Best Western since usually a business will answer a call quickly. He says yes and I tell him we are at terminal 1 and that our flight has arrived and we need a pickup. I ask him which post to wait at and he says S5. We go outside and wait..............and wait...............and wait. Nobody comes. All the other shuttles go by 3 or more times while we wait in the cold with our spring jackets on. We call again and it takes another 40 rings before they answer. We ask where the shuttle is and he says it will be another 10 minutes. We wait at least another 20 minutes and then finally the shuttle arrives. We ask him where he's been and he says he doesn't know where the communication breakdown occurred, in a broken Pakistany type accent. So we get on the shuttle and then the driver walks around the shuttle asking everyone everywhere if they are need a ride to the Best Western or whatever. No more takers but it took him 5 minutes to ask everyone and then he's on the cell phone having a conversation with someone else. We still have to get back the hotel and I have a 4 hour drive back to the Windsor area. I'm clearly getting frustrated. The shuttle is playing some sort of middle eastern mosque music that is driving me nuts as it's loud and not something I thought I'd hear returning to Canada from Mexico. The driver finally gets into the van and we take off. Finally, back to the hotel.............NOT!! We go off to Terminal 3 and then he gets off and starts asking everyone everywhere there if they need a ride. Another 5 minutes passes and he's still outside walking around. I yell out the door that I want to go back to the hotel and for him to get into the shuttle and take us. He raises his voice to make and tells me to wait a minute many time while trying to override what I'm saying. He wastes another 5 minutes with a bunch of people outside and all of a sudden, a bunch of people get on the shuttle. Clearly, they are NOT Best Western people since it said BEST WESTERN PLUS AIRPORT all over the side of the shuttle and yet they didn't get on. I assume he was arranging payment to take them somewhere OTHER than Best Western Plus. Once aboard, we finally get taken to the Best Western Plus and we instruct him to where our van is and he goes the opposite way. We just tell him to stop and let us off and we will fend for ourselves. All the other people stay on the shuttle and it leaves the Best Western. Looks like he's scamming others to make more money. We DO NOT TIP THIS GUY since he's an idiot and gave us the worst shuttle service we've ever received. Too bad the shuttle drives make the hotel look bad. Oh, the hotel also screwed up our billing. I gave them my credit card for my room and my sister was going to pay for her room. It ended up that they put both our rooms on her credit card. We are still trying to resolve this issue.

« Best overnight hotel near YYZ for me »

I've overnighted at a dozen different hotels and this one has been my goto for the last few years. The beds are great and there is a Subway restaurant right outside the front door (I love subway). Reasonably priced, a free airport shuttle, a nice lobby to hang out in if you are board in the room. I will be staying here again,

    « Great staff »

As a person that frequently travels and whom often stays in Best Western I have learned just how much the staff can make the difference. « Shuttle Service unacceptable »

Comfortable rooms, but the wait is way to long compared to most of the Airport Hotels, we have stayed at this Hotel many times and are very comfortable the beds are great, spacious rooms, but the wait is just to long and many people waiting agreed that they will be choosing another Hotel with better Shuttle Service next trip!

« Great Value for the Money »

We stayed there before our trip to Mexico. We paid for the 7 day park and transport to the airport. Found the lobby very nice and the bar is brand new. Staff at the bar were very friendly and we ended up having a few drinks until it closed. Drink prices were very reasonable. Rooms are dated but clean. Again the price was great. The lobby and common spaces have just been upgraded and look great. Rooms are slated to be upgraded next. Shuttle service was fine with no complaints. Served the purpose perfectly and will stay again before next flight.

BWT500. Always a good stay here. Good service, great long term parking rates, clean modern rooms, close to lots of restaurants, easy access off 401.good internet service included, quiet for being so close to airport.

Delayed in Toronto for the night due to weather. The hotel had a shuttle that picked me up and dropped me back in the morning Front service staff were excellent. I was in an older room in need of upgrades but it was clean and spacious. Priced very reasonable!

    « stranded and saved »

We were only meant to be there overnight, our flight to England was leaving at 7:30 am. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. There was a pool which the kids loved. We got up about 4 am the next day and got the free shuttle to the airport only to find our flight had been delayed 12 hours!! The initial plan was to stay at the airport, but our 2 boys (3 and 5) made us realise we would be NUTS to do this. A quick call to the hotel and we were back on the free shuttle and back in our old room free of charge. The boys and I went to the pool and had a great time while my husband got some badly needed sleep. The staff were very supportive and let us stay 2 hours past check out and then we got the free shuttle back to the airport for our flight home. I cannot thank the staff enough. You saved our sanity!!!

    « Park and Fly »

Complimentary shuttle service, excellent price for 14 day park and fly includes one night stay. I have used this service often when travelling from Toronto International Airport. You can stay the night before your early flight or when you return from your trip.

    « good value »

We had good value for the money as we were able to leave our car there while on vacation. The flooring and bathroom we really showing their age. Comfortable bed, need different pillows. TV reception was poor as there was too much analog content, instead of digital.

    « Stay & Park with ease »

Helpful staff & on-site parking for our trip south The parking was secure enough and restaurants nearby The shuttle was timely and not over busy I would have liked to have breakfast available earlier but there was coffee and comfy sofas to wait on.

« Great stay and fast service »

We went here over a night. They offer a shuttle service every 45 min but we didn't want to wait so we got a cab. They were very helpful anyway by phone giving us all details. Already at the lobby a very nice lady from the front desk make our check inn really fast. We got the execute king room and I most say it was great. Clean, confi and with coffee maker facility and also microwave. The bed is one of the best I ever try, very comfortable. We had a great time thanks to our lovely stay.

    4
    « Sat night »

Parking is a bit of a pain. The lobby has been renovated nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds. The beds are old, they are in need of replacement. Other than the old beds and poor parking this hotel is a good bang for you buck.

« Phantom of the Opera »

When booking a weekend trip to Toronto for The Phantom of the Opera I intentionally looked for a Best Western near the airport and close to 401 highway. The staff were friendly, and helpful. An upgrade in my reservation certainly enhanced an exciting weekend. My gratitude is extended to all the staff.

    4
« Convenient location and improved shuttle service, but... »

The hotel is very good, but the shuttle drivers from the airport, both when I arrived and when I departed, spent the entire time talking about personal matters on the phone during the trip to/from the hotel, with scant reference to the speed of the vehicle or the road conditions. I did not feel safe during either trip. The drivers should be paying attention to their jobs and not to their personal phone conversations while driving.

Good place to stay. reasonable rates and a good restaurant. We stay here often. They are renovating a floor now. Close to the airport and easy access off the 401. 25 minute drive to the acc and downtown..

« Overnight hotel for the airport only ! »

its a lovely hotel, good standard rooms and the staff very helpful with free airport shuttle so if you want a stop over its very good. Not many restaurants nearby if you don't have a car, its opposite a garage, so not much to do with no transport, you are a bit stuck ! I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday or long stay.

    3
    « Very noisy »

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight. The lobby is very modern and attractive, however the rooms are quite dated and average. Obviously we weren't expecting an airport hotel to be swanky so that was okay with us. However, the hallways were extremely noisy all night and we got maybe an hour's worth of sleep. Maybe it was just the night we stayed, but doors were slamming and people were yelling in hallways/stairwells all night. Not the most relaxing experience and I don't think we would choose to stay here again.

    4
    « Comfortable and Affordable »

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and/or after having to fly out of Pearson International Airport. It is situated in a quiet area and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive to our needs. It is the only hotel that I could find that allows long term parking. We were able to leave our car there for a month while we went to Europe. We did stay overnight before and after our flight. We waited less than 10 minutes for the free shuttle service. The food served at the restaurant was very good. Because of it's location near the lobby, the open concept allows cold air to enter in this area during the winter when the doors are opened. It makes the dining experience less pleasant.

    « BWT500 - Another Great Park-and-Fly Option »

We stayed at hotel again after returning from our vacation on Dec. 22. We arrived at midnight, called the hotel for shuttle service after we had picked up our luggage. However, when we got to the pickup post, we were told that our shuttle had waited a while and had just left. I called hotel back immediately, and Mark at the front desk is extremely helpful and made the arrangement for shuttle bus turning back and picking up again in few minutes. Thank you very much Mark for your excellent service! We have stayed (park-and-fly) in this hotel for many many times. we are always satisfied with the good service, quiet and clean room. Will definately return again in the future!

    « Friendly and attentive »

Have stayed several times over the past years.... always friendly courteous service. All staff seem interested in making your stay comfortable and stress free. Recent improvements to the lounge and reception area are tastefully done

« Decent overnight hotel near airport »

Stayed here for one night between connections at Pearson. Hotel was quiet and clean, nothing special but adequate for overnighting. Staff were friendly and no complaints. We picked this hotel based on price, proximity to the airport and free shuttle. The shuttle took almost an hour to arrive at the airport (we called and they told us 15 minutes each time). The shuttle did leave on time departing the hotel and was reliable.

    4
    « BWP »

Pretty good hotel but didn't get to check everything out. We flew in late and left early. Checkin was quick but our key didn't work. Went back to front desk and was fixed quickly. They offer a free breakfast but doesn't start till 6:30. For those leaving early they out out snacks on the front desk which was nice. The shuttle is handy but make sure you call to get picked up from the airport. Make sure you call the right hotel as there are many beat westerns with shuttles that go to the airport. We booked a room with a queen but bed looked a bit small. Bed was however very comfortable. Hallway traffic can be loud.

    4
« Sleep, park, fly good option »

Sleep, park, fly is a good option for early flights, especially <6AM when you have to be at airport 3 hrs before flight. Much better than driving for an hour and parking for 1 week at >$125. Offers shuttle service to and from airport at 1/2-hour intervals. Lobby area was under construction at the time but did not interfere with activities.

    « Everything I wanted »

and more! I was accommodated for both my early check in and my late check out. Staff was amazing. Room was lovely. Hot tub was perfect. The price was just right. It was easy to get in and out of from the highway. LOVE this hotel!

    « A great value »

The hotel is a great place to stay near the Pearson airport. I arrived at 1 am and the shuttle picked me up promptly. The rooms are very nice. The pop machine delivered an ice cold ginger ale (my favorite) and the front desk clerk generously offered me two slices of his own pizza! Beds are good and shower nice. Friendly service. Located a 30 second walk from a car rental agency as well. I won't hesitate to stay here again!

    5
« Park, stay and fly »

My wife and I had a brief but excellent stay, loved the hot tub. We thought that we got good value for the price. The shuttle to and from the airport was all good. We will go back for sure when flying from Toronto on a vacation.

« Reasonable price for hotel near airport »

This place is reasonably priced for a hotel about 10-12 minutes' drive away from the airport, although for some reason the driver took us on a route back to the airport the next day that took about 20 minutes. The hotel itself is reasonably clean and updated, but I had a problem with the transfer, as I travel with a mobility scooter and was assured it could be accommodated on the transfer vehicle; it wasn't. Fortunately, my husband and the driver managed to cram it into the aisle at the back of the bus, although that caused a bit of damage to the scooter. On the trip back to the airport that bus didn't even have a back door like the one from the airport had, so the driver had to squeeze the scooter into the area at the front of the bus, by the door. Neither solution was ideal, yet other hotels have been able to accommodate a scooter. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, as we thought it overpriced, and the Subway restaurant across the entrance was still closed in the morning when we left, so instead we bought breakfast at the airport's Tim Horton's (where they even accepted a coupon I had).

    « Another quality sleep »

Have stayed her sevearl times. Was a short wait at the airport for the hotel shuttle. Friendly driver, helped us with out bags. Quick check in and nice quiet comfortable room. In the same parking lot as the hotel you will find a Subway resturaunt and a sports bar. Across the street is a Husky resturaunt.

    « Better than Expected »

We have been staying at this location for years due to the park & fly program and onsite car rental agency. We have always been satisfied but this stay was much better than expected. Our check in was very pleasant even with a sick toddler and a delayed flight. The shuttle service was painless and our room was clean and well stocked. No complaints here and we will be back.

    5
    « Last minute booking »

Higher value than expected at time of booking. Only disappointment was that breakfast was not included. Gratefully we were upgraded. With these bonuses, yes satisfied returning guest. Free shuttle to airport.

    4
    « Awsome service - great for Park/Sleep/Fly »

Stayed for the Park/Sleep/Fly promotion as it's almost the same price to stay a night with parking as to park at the airport. Mark Koop helped me adjust my parking duration and was really friendly and helpful. They are great at recognizing your BW status and Hotel has nice up to date and clean rooms. Internet works great and nice restaurant on site. Shuttle service was on time they even had a second shuttle ordered to ensure flight was not missed as ther were allot of people.

    5
    « Excellent Hotel »

The room was clean and large. The staff at check in were very helpful and polite. Excellent value for the money and very close to the airport. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with good food as well as an indoor pool and fitness room.

    5
    « Enjoyable stay »

The night we spent at this hotel were enjoyable. The room was spacious, the 2 beds was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels were there in the washroom available is a plus. The staff was helpful. No complaints. BWT500.

    3
« Room decent, drain in bathroom didn't work »

We stayed overnight before an early morning flight. The room was fairly decent, the staff were nice enough, and everything seemed fine till one of us took a shower in the morning. The water filled up nearly to the edge of the tub, so about shin deep. It was a good thing only one person showered, otherwise we would've had a flood in the bathroom. It did start draining, but very slowly. We left about half an hour after the shower was turned off and I believe it was still draining. There are a lot of smokers right outside the hotel lobby, so much so that the entrance reeks of smoke. We had arrived in the dark and had a very hard time finding the parking lot we were told to use, as there were no lit up signs, so we couldn't see anything. For anyone parking in lot B, it seems that you drive to the back lot and take a left. A bit of trek back to the hotel. Other than these few mishaps, it was a decent stay. We got to the shuttle on time to make it to the airport, and that's what mattered.

    4
« Shuttle to the Airport »

Great Price / Nice Hotel and includes 24 hour shuttle to the airport (every 40 mins). Shuttle does not stop at other hotels which is nice. We left early in the morning so we did not get a chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast

    5
« Very good value for the money »

The two nights we spent at this hotel were enjoyable. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, restaurant food very good. The amenities are great -- pool, gym, restaurant, etc. and the staff very helpful. Free shuttle to the airport, free parking. No complaints.

    « overnighter between planes »

We arrived fairly late, the staff were efficient and courteous, Eli our shuttle driver, was really helpful with guests from other hotels. the room was clean, the bath worked for my wife, wifi included. After a good nights sleep, down for breakfast where the service was top notch, prompt with the coffee, and a very tasty and reasonably priced breakfast. Shuttle back to the airport, and another great stay in this hotel. This is our choice every time in Toronto. Carol and Peter.

« A decent place near YYZ airport and highway 401 »

The room was nice and clean. Parking is free in the plaza but you have to put the tag. Pool is clean and there was a nice Jacuzzi. Early check-in was accepted. Very close to YYZ airport (around 7mins drive). There are few restaurants nearby. Perfect place if you want to stay close to the airport. The parking plaza is big and you may have to park at the end and walk (because it's mostly full). It could be a problem during snow/rain.

    3
    « Average Hotel »

Stayed here overnight a couple of times now and from what I can tell the hotel did undergo some renovations in the front lobby. The staff a pleasant , the rooms are average. Need some renovations in the bathrooms but otherwise a OK stay. It is about a 10-15 min drive rom Pearson airport and they do have a shuttle. It is mostly a industrial area with a few places to eat nearby. It is right off Highway 401 so great access into the city. Free Parking for the first car and 10 dollars for second car. Considering its a industrial area this is a rip off.

    4
« Service makes it "Plus" »

I booked online so that I could leave the car while traveling. By the time I got there I realized I had forgotten to choose the package with car parking, but Mark at the dest re-arranged everything quickly and efficiently, and with a warm and friendly attitude. I think you can't do better than staying here when headed to the airport

    3
« "The Price is Right" »

Not a perfect location for Mississauga tourists but great for those travelling to the airport. The room was adequate but not exciting. There was no one in the restaurant so I went elsewhere. The gym is too close to the lobby. Could use a little refreshing but as usual for Best Western, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The people were the best part and Janine made me welcome and offered helpful, pleasant and superior service.

    4
« Best way to travel from a distance outside of T.O. »

The rooms where clean. There was a nice restaurant on site for a light dinner and good shuttle service to the airport. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The down side was the long wait we had on our return to pick up the car.

    3
    « Not really a "Plus" »

With a late night check-in one hopes to be greeted warmly and quickly be able to get to their room. As a repeat Best Western customer, this was disappointingly not the case on this visit. Reception was cool and aloof. When we finally got to the room, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. After a restless sleep, we were happy to leave and find a better location for future trips.

    3
    « Good Value - Clean Rooms »

Stay at Best Westerns a lot while travelling. This one is middle of the road. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Restaurant was always empty, makes a person wonder why. Had dinner and breakfast in there and the food was OK, not great but not bad either. I will stay here again.

    5
« Park, Sleep and Fly »

We stayed here Sunday Nov 15th for one night. Parked for a week. Hotel was clean, close to restaurants and had friendly staff. Shuttle runs ever 40 minutes. Very good value for the price. Will stay there again.

    4
« stay over for long distance travel »

Overall Best Western was excellent in pricing and accommodating. They offered free shuttle to airport, and even 2 extra hours for check out time next day as arrived at 11:30 p.m. evening before. Food in restaurant was excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only draw back was the pool was too cold, and couldn't find the plug for the tub to take a bath, found on shelf in shower next morning.

    1
    « Shuttle service is a joke »

There should be an asterisk beside the shuttle service amenity, it took us close to an hour and a half to get from the pickup location at the airport to the hotel. The staff was also extremely rude when we called for the shuttle.

  • 1
    « Poor Shuttle service »

We called the hotel after picking up our luggage, and we went to where we were supposed to go to pick up the shuttle back to the hotel. We were told 20 minutes,...we waited a hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive. We even had to keep calling the hotel to ask when he was coming to pick us up. It was 3:00 am so it's not like it was a busy time. When the driver did finally arrive, he said "I just now got the call to come pick you up" We were cold and tired from our long trip, and this was very frustrating to us. If it wasn't for the shuttle screw-up, I would have given this hotel a much better rating.

    « Another great stay! »

We were heading to the East coast, so stayed the night before at this great hotel, left our car for 6 days and had another good experience here (I think this is the 3rd time we've stayed here) The staff are always friendly and efficient. Check in (and out) was easy-breezy!!! There were three of us in the room but every need was met from very comfy beds, everything squeaky clean and all the necessary amenities to make our stay a good one (lots of hot water, good internet, incidentals like shampoo, body lotion etc). There is always plenty of secure parking for our vehicle at this hotel. Our only complaint ... it is quite a long wait for the shuttle to pick you up (but no longer than is advertised). We did note that a number of other hotel shuttle buses made pick ups twice (and one three times) before our bus came (we waited 35 minutes). We've never had the opportunity to use the pool or have the breakfast which is included at this hotel as our flight is always an early one. We feel this hotel is very competitively priced too. I'm sure we will stay again!!!!

    4
« Good hotel in a nothing area »

This hotel was quite good value. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to get back and forth from the airport as well. Although I felt the front desk people could have been more friendly, and the breakfast was just okay, I would stay there again if flying from Toronto. I would definitely only stay there when leaving from the airport because there is nothing in the area worth visiting. There are no supermarkets, and very limited choices of restaurants. Overall, it was good value for the money.

    3
    « Not a BW plus! »

Hotel was clean but rooms are very dated. Pool area needs updating, and it's terrible that after getting out of the pool, there are no towels available. I give it a 3 only because the staff are great. Other than the staff, this place is a Travelodge at best.

    4
« Front Desk Staff very helpful »

The hotel was super great but the resturant is only fair and the bar is poor. The rooms are greatLook for another place to eat.Expensive to eat and poorRicky Mersed and Patrick these guys are more than awesome. They go out of there way to help.

    « did the job »

This hotel had everything we needed. We were lucky enough to get our luggage at a time close to when the shuttle was arriving - thanks again Ancur for having the driver wait for us! Check-in staff was efficient as they helped reserve spots on the shuttle bus for the morning as well as setting us up with wake-up calls. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be back.

    « Glitch resolved! »

I ran into a problem where I was double charged for my room for one night. Ms Chilicks, the General Manager, looked into the problem and resolved a glitch in the system quickly and efficiently. Many thanks for your efforts to listen to the problem and resolve to my satisfaction. The hotel itself was excellent in terms of location, staff friendliness and cleanliness of the room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

« Very good hotel overall »

Great place to stay. Clean and updated well. Very good value for hotel quality. The staff was quickly attentive to needs. Help arrange our group on the same floor close together. My only issue... Did not get express check out. Then I was to be emailed my bill. I have still not received it 5 days later.

« Not A Worst Eastern Minus, But Barely Average »

Yes, this Best Western Plus is not quite a Worst Eastern Minus but somewhere in-between. The really great things about this hotel include the ample free parking, the very pleasant foyer with large screen TV, and the Postcards restaurant that although appallingly overpriced, benefits from stellar service in pleasant surroundings and what very well may be the fluffiest omelet in the universe in their Explosion breakfast. However, there are some notable elements which detract from a good review, not the least of which is the fact that unless you have a car or like Mississauga Transit, there is literally nothing but a couple of questionable eateries within walking distance. The hotel staff varies widely, as I had opportunities to interact with superlative staffers and a couple of ladies who literally couldn't wait for their shift to be over and treated guests (not just me) like they were an imposition. Ladies, when someone is checking into your hotel they don't really want to be scowled at and lectured, so please go find another job where you don't have to deal with the public. The rooms are clean if somewhat small, the beds are comfortable enough, but the TV would benefit from an expanded selection of HD channels which you don't get on basic cable and the very first thing you should do when you walk into the room is unplug that incredibly noisy minifridge or it will keep you up all night. The bathroom is horribly substandard, with 1970s era tubs that have no way to stop up the drain making a bath impossible, and a water heating system that barely delivers lukewarm water. Considering that it's right next to Dixie Road which seems to be the 18 wheeler capital of the universe 24 hours a day, the rooms are relatively quiet. The pool area is stark and Spartan, with a pool which was a bit too cold for my taste. All in all, it's an average hotel which could be so much better (and hopefully will be if their promised room renovation plans guts the icky bathrooms).

« Overnight stay for travel. »

Great place to stay when traveling as and overnight stay. Good shuttle service to the airport and on time, excellent staff day and night, very helpful . The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good and opened late on Sunday's. Best was the wake up call a 4:a.m. I would recommend this hotel for any one traveling early between destinations. Thank you for great service

« Close but not too close »

My wife and I stayed here before flying out to Punta Cana. We chose this hotel because it is relatively close to the airport, they have a shuttle service and we could leave the car there for no extra charge. The hotel is clean, the room average, nothing spectacular here but a pretty decent place to stay. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night at a time but like I said it is convenient. The beds however are very comfortable, as are the pillows. We both had a very good sleep which is unusual. If you need a place to crash for a night that's close to the airport with a shuttle service and is reasonably priced, this hotel will work well for you. There's also a Subway right outside the front door so if you're hungry you don't have far to go.

    5
    « A home away from home. »

We use this hotel often and have always had the finest service. It's proximity to the airport makes it perfect for stopovers and ideal for visiting relatives nearby. The front desk staff and people behind the scenes are very friendly and accommodating. We have never had a problem in this hotel.

    « Sauna In Room? »

They upgraded me to an executive suite, which was nice however, the room was dusty and there was no fan in the bathroom..steamy. There was a sauna in the room, which was a little weird, and would have been nice if I was staying more than one night for an interview. Too rushed. They left me a snack, which was also very nice of them, however the snack they left was chocolate bars and chips. Apples and cheese or grapes would have been a little classier (is that a word)? and healthier. There was no charger console, which I noted have been in other executive rooms. Crawling around for a plug in. Having said all that the room was otherwise clean and the bed comfortable and the price was right. The pool deck needs a scrub with javex, but the water was nice. No spa slippers in room.....off to the elevator with bare legs and boots and you have to go to the front desk to get a towel, which is a little embarrassing, if you did not bring pool slippers.

    3
« Just ok for one night stay »

Good enough for one night's stay if transiting through Toronto Airport. Would suggest other hotels near by if staying longer. The rooms need renovations. But they were clean and beds were just ok. Pros: friendly staff, clean, closer to highway and Pearson airport, free wifi, free parking Cons: rooms need renovation, no water bottles provided in the room (disappointing as they cost < $1 and they could provide this for free), no microwave (other airport hotels have them)

    « November 14, 2015 »

Convenient location to attend conference at Hershey Centre. Pleasant staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Free parking. Only negative part was not having breakfast included. There was a restaurant on site but we did not use it as it did not open until 6:30am and that was too late for us.

    « Near Toronto airport »

The staff was great especially Janine. The room needs to be refurbished but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is Near the airport with a free shuttle and all this at a reasonable price.

    « Great hotel! »

This is a great hotel - great location, close to 401. Rooms are always very clean. Internet is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have suites but most rooms are big enough for the business traveller. I do recommend.

« Overall good value and good experience »

No real complaints. Hotel delivered comfort convenience and nice atmosphere for the business traveller. The small but adequate gym was fine as was the business centre in the lobby and the room interior. Very clean, staff very nice. Avoid the dining room. You'll need a second mortgage on your home to pay for it!

    « Airport »

The motel is close to the airport and the complimentary shuttle was clean, efficient and punctual. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel was easy to locate (just off of hwy 401). The restaurant served good food

    « Time for remodelling »

Bed Was comfortable but the room badly needs to be refurbished. Very dated. Carpet did not look clean and there was long, black hair on the bathroom floor. Hair really turns be off. We also had to wait close to an hour for the airport shuttle to arrive and at 5:30 it was bitter cold waiting at the pick-up site. Check-in/out was well done. The restaurant appeared to be closed so we ended up having to eat at Subway.

    « Good hotel »

I was in Toronto over the weekend for a short business trip. The room and the bathroom were clean unlike other hotels of the same price range.. The staffs were friendly and especially Tsering at the front desk was really helpful in getting me taxi to downtown really early morning.. It is great place to stay if u are like me, who likes to be close to the airport and only planning on staying for a night or two.. I would recommend the hotel to my other business partners as well.

    « Shuttle Service »

My only negative with the hotel is that the shuttle service left early from the terminal on our return and we had to wait another 40 minutes. The hotel shuttle van also does not show "Best Western" on the vehicle, so you really have to pay attention to the vehicle.

Best stay. Front staff so helpful especially Mark k. Service was quick and courtesy. I can't express enough helpfulness as I was travelling on my own. It was not even a bad shuttle in the morning. I had a nice gentleman in the morning that even made me a tea before the shuttle bus was there to pick me up. Very nice experience all around. Thank you Best Western Plus. I will stay there o. My return to Ontario

    « Delightful 2 night stay with a friend. »

We were well taken care of by the staff. Very much enjoyed the restaurant on site too. A small concern reported to the front desk was quickly rectified and we were give 2 free breakfasts the following morning. Clean, tidy rooms, lovely lounge area with floating fireplace, cozy bar and good dinning area. would certainly stay again when flying out of Pearson Airport.

« Great hotel at Toronto airport »

Very close to Toronto Pearson airport and very easy to drive to. Not so great for getting transport to downtown Toronto as the bus route is kind of confusing and the bus stops close by keep changing because of construction work across the work. Great for the airport though, breakfast wasn't particularly exciting for the price of the hotel and the hotel restaurant was a little bit dated. The staff were very polite and helpful though and the room was very clean, comfortable and pretty modern. A great place to stay for the airport.

« Very organized staff, easy to park, sleep and fly from Pearson. »

I did the park, sleep and fly deal with this hotel. The staff were very kind and organized. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the shuttle the next morning was prompt and large enough for everyone and their luggage. This is a big step up over the last hotel I stayed in with a park, sleep and fly offering.

    « Quick Stop »

Checked in late and was only in room for 4hrs before a early morning flight. Rooms are out of date but was good for our short visit. No breakfast for those with very early flight times. Parking is in lot outside hotel not gated but felt safe leaving vehicle there for week. Used shuttle at 3:30am and was great, upon arrival back home we had a 40min wait to be picked up at airport.

« Park and fly after honeymoon »

We parked at the hotel, left for our honeymoon and stayed over on the day we returned. The shuttle service was easy and very convenient. When we checked in on our return the receptionist Janine and was very friendly and offered a suite. It was a great end to our honeymoon! Thank you!

« Wonderful experience staying at BWP-Airport Hotel »

It was a great experience staying at Best Westren Plus at Dixie . I reached hotel stright from India and tired like a dead man . I booked my hotel when my flight was at halt in Brussel, Belgium and manage to get a room with 2 queen beds that I do not like as I am single person to stay. On getting at the reception desk , I was greeted by Mark who greeted me with a big smile and assured me my stay would be great . He upgraded my room to the top executive floor at the same price. The room was very clean and have a king size bed. My stay was so comfortable for 3 days , I would like to stay every time I visit GTA again. Thanks Mark once again

« Good value. Good place to stay. »

I stayed here for 5 days while at a training session just a kilometre away. I chose this hotel because it had a pool, sauna and hot tub as well as a restaurant on site. Unfortunately and through no fault of the hotel, Dixie Rd seems to be perpetually under construction and each morning it would take 15 to 20 minutes to get that 1 km. if I had known that, I might have forgone the pool and stayed at a property on the south side of the highway. The hotel itself is a perfectly suitable place. Clean, well kept and seemingly, well staffed. If you've ever stayed in a property with skeleton staffing, you'll know why I mention that. The room itself had a few minor issues. The bathroom door scraped the floor, the security latch was loose, the climate unit was somewhat noisy, the wifi had minimal capacity and would hang up if you were doing anything more than checking e-mail. And of course, there are those stupid little pillows that hotels use now to prevent theft (I've got to start bringing my own). Strangely, the coffee for the in room coffee maker only got replenished once and several times, towels weren't replaced (there were still other towels). Stay and fly seems to be the most common customer and this is a perfect place for that. The proximity to the airport means that it's mostly a commercial area with no other points of interest. There are several malls within 5 or so Kms but don't even think of trying to get to them between 4 and 7. Traffic is ridiculous at that time and can take up to an hour to travel that distance. As long as the location suits you, there's no reason not to stay here. I'm sure it's the best value for the money in the area.

« Good Value for Park and Fly from Toronto »

Good quality Best Western Plus near Toronto airport with good shuttle service. We use it for Park, Sleep and Fly when on vacation trips. Very clean...good brds! No free breakfast but there is a full service restaurant.

    « Stress free »

So great to be able to catch our plane at the airport and not have to worry about driving. The shuttle service made our stay stress free. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

« Forgot two books in the room »

Mr. Koop at the desk rounded them up and sent them back. Great service! The main result to chose this proprty is the convenience for an overnight at Pearson Airport. They have a shuttle that operates every 30 minutes.

    « Medeocre Experience »

The rooms are old looking, but the worst of all is the infrequent shuttle service to and form the airport. They simply take too long to pick up an are quite disorganized. Breakfast is not included. A very average property with a below average attitude.

« Clean, friendly, accommodating and great location »

Great hotel with friendly accommodating staff. I showed up early before check in. I didn't want to leave all my luggage and effects in my car while I headed out to Vaughan Mills. They had no problem with storing my luggage and even put the beer I had in a fridge to keep it cold. Check in was a breeze and was very happy with the room. The room was very modern and very well sound proofed to the outside world. Location to the airport was excellent at a great price point. (6km away) It is also in a good area for a very diverse restaurant selection. I will for sure stay here again next time I'm in the area.

    « Perfect »

We loved the location and comfort of the room. The organization of the shuttle was well organized. If there was any complaint, it was with the restaurant. The menue was small, the prices were high. We only reserved a room for a park and fly location and were satisfied.

    « One night stay »

Decided to go this route instead of depending on someone to drive us then pick us up again. When we arrived we were checked in with no delay. Had room on the sixth floor. It was clean and spacious. Only here for one night. Walked to a diner across street for dinner. Early night. Would I return, yes I would.

    « Dissapointed »

Hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle included, hoever the hotel is run down. Not what I expected from the Best Western Plus. The staff at reception were very polite and helpful. I accidently left a SIM card in the room and didn't realize until I arrived home. Called the hotel and the staff went above an beyond, found the item and mailed it to me very quickly, for which I was very grateful. The male waiter in the restuarant was rude and condescending not only to us but also to a member of his staff. Not the way to treat guests or employees, especially in front of guests.

« The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! »

We stayed in the Luxury Suite. It was a little dated, but everything was clean and functioned perfectly. The lounge staff gave us complimentary champagne when they found out it was our anniversary! We stayed for two nights, had great service and very friendly staff. Janine was very helpful! I'd definitely stay there again!

« Don't count on a ride to or from the airport »

This is an average motel, but terrible when it comes to airport transportation. The morning shuttle ride to the airport, when everyone is rushing to catch a plane, was a disaster. The driver moved slowly. The shuttle was dangerously overloaded. I do not recommend staying here if you are looking for transportation to or from the airport. For a basic room, the price was high.

« I just needed a bed for an early morning flight and place to par my car for ten days. It was perfect for this. »

The room was really good. Clean, quiet and no surprises. It had everything I needed and I was comfortable. Lots of space for my suitcase and a good shower. Check in was quick and the staff were very pleasant.

« Great value, service and experience. I'll be back! »

I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus. I was lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a luxury suite as I had accidentally booked a smoking room online and they were otherwise fully booked. I ate several meals at the restaurant and in the bar/lounge and had very friendly, attentive service at both locations. All round a great stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I'm in the area on business.

    « Very decent Hotel »

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights after a very long and tiring journey, It was clean and comfortable, bed was great, front desk people were very nice and breakfast was very good. I noticed a review about poor shuttle service. We had no problems except other people trying to push in front. The bus was fine and the driver very helpful - not sure what people expect from a 24 hour shuttle. if you must have a shuttle every 10 minutes then stay at a hotel closer to the airport at twice the price. Overall good value and would stay there again.

« Would not stay again »

Poor quality room and not clean, too far from airport. The shuttle driver grubby not proffessional. Driver talked on phone a lot while driving and bus in poor condion. very poor housekeeping in bathroom.did not complain as was a short stay to catch flight

« Great price, location and value. »

I appreciate a nice hotel under $200, it has been renovated nicely, very conveniently located and even priced under $100.00/night. The pool, hot tub and gym was clean and not packed with children. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would certainly stay there again. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.

    « Not recommended »

I waited over an hour for the shuttle from the airport, calling them 5 times on the phone, and saw the shuttles for other hotels as many as 3 times while I waited. Also, they failed to make the requested wake-up call in the morning. These are the 2 basic reasons that you stay at an airport hotel!!! When mentioned at front desk, they couldn't care less! Pick somewhere else.

« Very Happy with this Hotel! »

My husband and I had to come to Toronto for a funeral and needed a place to stay overnight. Out of the 5 hotels I called, the staff here were the most polite, accommodating and prompt. Clean rooms, quiet, considering you're right by the airport, and very comfortable!

« Great Airport Stop Over Hotel »

The Best Western Plus offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Rooms are large clean with a most comfortable bed and linens for a great night sleep. Complimentary coffee and wifi. Over all a great value for airport accommodation.

    « Excellent!! »

My husband and I just spent a long weekend at the Best Western Plus near the Toronto airport, and we had a wonderful time. Our room was clean, spacious, well appointed, and had plenty of places to plug in Chargers ? very important! The hotel staff was consistently pleasant and efficient. They were helpful whenever we needed them. I recommend this hotel highly!

« Very good value for money »

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, major highways and provides a shuttle to the airport. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and very good. The rooms are clean. There is an on-site restaurant and a SUBWAY (restaurant) right next door. Dixie road has many businesses close by. Overall very good value for money.

« Convenient for Toronto Airport »

Very convenient with a short shuttle ride from Toronto Pearson airport, this was very good quality hotel with clean rooms. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine and wide screen tv. The rooms are typical Best Western quality which for me works. The bedding and bathroom were clean and the towels were plentiful. Free reasonable speed wifi throughout.

« Great Stay and so close to the airport »

This Best Western is very close to the airport and while it doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast there is a restaurant inside with good food and good prices. If that isn't your cup of tea there is a Subway in the same lot serving their inexpensive and quick breakfasts. Great mattress with good pillows and a decent sized room. It took me 12 minutes to get to the airport and drop off the rental car.

    « Great Stay »

Purchased a groupon for a one night stay with 7 nights of parking while we went on our trip. Hotel is in the middle of renovations which is great for improvements. Breakfast which was included was gross. Rooms were nice!

    « Stop over »

A convenient stop over between long flights. The Airport Shuttle is a real bonus & takes another step out of the travel shuffle. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful & the room was very comfortable. Mark at the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for us as out flight was not until the evening. We were able to use the gym & pool, but sadly the spa was not working that day & no towels we available at the pool. Breakfast was good in the hotel & there were adequate eating places for lunch just outside the hotel which is located in an industrial area. Although we had a whole day to fill in, we did not feel inclined to navigate the long trip into Toronto, a little unfortunate with the location & distance if some travellers wanted to see the city.

    « Good for families »

Have stayed here twice. Easy access from Pearson airport..shuttle available. Also stayed here when visiting Toronto as much cheaper than in the city. Rooms clean and tidy. Indoor pool was a hit with my kids. Breakfast was average. Great for us with a large vehicle as parking spacious and free.

« Value property with Poor Shuttle Service »

Property a little out of the way. Parking was on site and complementary. First shuttle to the airport was 6AM - need an earlier one due to excessive processing times at Pearson. On return, Airport pickup unreliable and driver did not assist patrons with loading of luggage - including females and seniors. Will probably not stay here again.

« Did what it needed »

Stayed here for 1 night after flying in from the UK and before a descent but scenic drive up to Quebec ... On arrival room was ready, we have a ground floor room which was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking good also. Only negative thing I'd say was about the attached restaurant, I know this is independent but I would not like my name associated with it, it was full of flies and the service was poor too
