Best Western Milton Inn

Great place to stay for one night on the road. Very clean very good staff. Also very accommodating for bicyclists wine to Ride, then Heritage Trail. Breakfast was adequate, but not great. Rooms are clean very quiet. I believe the place has been recently recently upgraded.

The hotel fit our travel plan location needs as we traveled from Florida to Washington state. The room was serviceable and clean. Computer charger plug-ins were flimsy and failed often. Check-in was friendly and efficient.

I stayed for a single night as I was there on business. I left with bedbug bites from room 218. They were located at the head of the bed. The bed farthest from the window has BED BUGS AND I WOKE UP WITH BITES AND BUMPS ON MY ARM and shoulder area. Bed bugs!

I'm staying for work location that is close by. My room was clean. Bathroom was clean, water pressure is good in the shower, appliances in room are clean and work great. Bed was comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. AC in room worked great. Parking area is clean and well lit. Easy access to Pensacola, Navarre and Ft. Walton areas. QUIET! Breakfast is always great for a hotel breakfast. Food was fresh and coffee was hot and strong. It's a good value for the area.

The service was excellent and the room was great. The staff there displayed a attitude that welcome and they were extremely accommodating. We will certainly make this our place to stop next time we're in the area.

It is very close to Train station, Breakfast was awesome. Staff were nice, bed was comfortable but the shower was very very small, I am petite person , and the shower was challenging . I had a double bed room for one person.

I have stayed at this BEST WESTERN several times. The property is immaculate. The prices are reasonable. The service is excellent. Book your room conveniently through the Best Western app. This property is a welcome destination after a long day on the road.

The hotel is easy to get too just off the interstate. The breakfast was better than most Holiday Inns. The room was clean and updated. I would definitely stay there again. Plenty of parking and easy access for our trailer.

This place is definitely a keeper. Very clean, wonderful staff and a great location in my opinion. This will be our go to when we are traveling on I-10 any where close to this area. I have stayed at quite a few places along I-10 between Tallahassee and Pensacola and this is the best I have found. They do need to get new mattresses.

The hotel was very clean. The building and rooms looked like they had just painted everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have any issues with anything. It was close to everything we had planned and just off the Interstate. I would stay there again without question.

Customer service is great, helpful staff always makes the stay better. Room was adequate for this stay. The chemical smell from the cleaning products was minimal. Breakfast was good but no variation. The same options every morning. The internet is horrible. Constant dropping of the connection and turtle speed. They really need to work on this problem. I created a hotspot and it was more reliable and quicker than their wifi.

The rooms were clean and the bed is comfortable. They served a hot breakfast everyday. We did not use the pool, but they do have one available. We really love the location it was not right on the interstate so the outside noise was not loud. We felt very safe.

We did a one night stay at the Best Western in Milton, FL. The staff was very accommodating. However, due to weather conditions, there was no TV. Our room was on the first floor and had a stand up card next to the TV that stated it was a non-smoking room BUT the room not only smelled of smoke it also was extremely musty.

If you want to stay in a hotel with friendly staff, clean surroundings, and a quiet and peaceful stay, Milton Best Western will be the place for you! The breakfast has eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, fruits, and desserts.

The beds are clean and the rooms are set to 70 and really appreciate that when the weather was 97.. Had a good time messing with the receptionist.. Was nice and quiet and easy to sleep.. Wi-Fi worded very well and fast for most motels..I will surely stay here again on my next visit.

The bed is super comfortable, as are the pillows, and the bathroom is very good. I recommend it, thank you very much for keeping it that way! The person who took care of me was very kind. Excellent!

We travel quite a bit now that we're retired and we wouldn't stay at any other motel than BEST WESTERN. Always clean, friendly, priced right and even a hot breakfast to start the day. Try it, you'll love it!

Clean hotel with updated decor. Easy check in process. Convenient to Milton. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice with several hot food options plus your standard cereal and Pastries. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I will stay here again the next time I'm in town.

My card was charged for more than the time frame I spent at the Milton location and the heater didn't really work in my room, it didn't get warm enough. I also got stuck in the elevator for roughly about 8 mind before a staff member arrived and all she said to me when she got the door opened was “I'll call the elevator guy” and smiled I said ok and she walked away.

Enjoyed our over night stay, hotel was clean, our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice selection. They had a small grassy area for the dog. I did think $30 was the highest I've paid for a pet but the hotel was worth it.

The room was very clean. The sweet smell of industrial strength disinfectant hit me as soon as I opened the door which reassured me the housekeeping staff had done a good job. The room was very comfortable, and all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

This hotel is off the beaten path but so clean, pleasant, and accommodating. The staff is so friendly! The beds are clean and the plumbing looks new. The ac is quiet. For a pet friendly hotel , it also smells so clean. The only drawback is that the restaurant strip is about 6 miles away—dominos doesn't even deliver so come prepared!

The location of this hotel was great!! It was just off of I-10 and I just needed a room for the night. The room was very clean and the night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel could use renovation as it is dated, but it served its purpose. As I said earlier, the room was very clean with clean towels and the amenities that I needed such as an iron and a blow dryer.

Great customer service good pricing for our experience. Breakfast was great, a lot of different selections. The coffee in the lobby also tasted great! I recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place for a night or a few days.

This hotel was away from the crowd of tourists, it wasn't slap full, it was clean, quiet and comfortable! It had two sinks -something I'd not seen in a hotel before.parking lot was up to date and neatly maintained. I was able to back my car literally to the hall door, making it easy to unload the car. Simply an overall good experience.

Good location with clean rooms the desk clerks were both nice and professional. If the tv isn't working you only have to unplug it and then plug it back in to get it to catch the DISH signal. They give two bottles of hair conditioner with the one bottle of shampoo which is a great idea since my hair needs twice as much conditioner as shampoo.

Overpriced for 1 night stay...$358 . Bad rain storm couldn't see street dangerous. 72 yrs old was not going to stay in my car . This is NOT beach place! Wrote complaining, phoned Best Western several times. Was assured someone would contact - nothing. Still waiting for a letter. Was told that was going rate but I checked & it was upper $100. I got took and that is horrible.

Room was immaculate, staff was helpful and courteous, continental breakfast was quite adequate. The pool area was clean, lighting was good, and the chairs were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet location. Close proximity to I10. Great area for walking a dog. Staff very friendly and helpful. Near good restaurants. Close to downtown Milton. Not far from the Blue Angels air field. Good biking/walking trails nearby. Reasonably priced for that area.

Very clean , great hot breakfast and comfy beds. Commendation for the young man , front desk working on The morning of March 1. He was also handling the replenished breakfast and coffee. Smiling and greeting all the guests. He multitasked without missing a beat. We travel with our small puppies, they gave us a ground floor room which was a big help.

Right off the bat I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Judy was friendly and charming. She made time for a weary traveler and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Even after I walked to my room lugging my bags, there was a dumbwaiter but I didn't see it until after, when I tried my room key it did not work. I have a money clip that's magnetic and I put it I put the room key next to that and it canceled out the card so I had to go back to the front desk and get it renewed .. Judy was very helpful and didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing something dumb. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable there's a little mini fridge the thermostat was easy to negotiate with Justin up or down button to adjust the temperature in the room. The shower was delightful and the welcome break after three days on the road of using wipes and baby powder. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Any negatives? I would have liked a little freezer inside the mini fridge so that I could refreeze my ice packs for my food cooler. The ceiling was painted two different colors or rather they recently repainted part of the ceiling but not all of it so that looks kind of funny. But the rest of the room looks in good repair and I work in construction.

We stayed here as a quick overnight on our way home. The location is close to the interstate. The beds were comfortable. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It would be nice if there were nightstands or at least outlets on both sides of the beds.

This was a good stay. We were here for a conference and everything was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated but clean and fairly spacious. We would return again in the future. The grounds we well maintained and the pool area was nice.

Very clean, well maintained. For some reason, I had a fully accessible handicap room, but, with king bed. It was good. Great rate, private setting along highway,, but close enough, quarter mile or less to highway to I-10 with easy access. Continental breakfast was excellent, better than most in my travels.

Spent one night here while traveling through the area. The only restaurant near the hotel is a Waffle House. The woman at the front desk provided a list of restaurants a couple of miles away which was extremely helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and the morning staff were helpful as well.

My husband and I have been traveling I-10 from Florida to Texas and back several times this past year and have stayed in a myriad of hotels along this corridor. We try to get as far on any given day and wait to reserve a room so we have experience with all price ranges. This hotel, for all it is a budget mid range was in the best condition and had very helpful staff of any we used. We will definitely work toward making this a stop on our way next time.

This is my favorite stopping point on my drive from Florida to Texas. Clean, comfortable room, easy parking, gas station across the street, lots of nearby restaurants (Milton has many attractions for tourists too). The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is generous and delicious. Located right off the highway, minutes after checkout I am back on I-10. Someday I hope to take advantage of the sparkling pool- always looks so inviting but I'm always anxious to get on the road.

I have stayed at this property at least 5 nights in the last 2 yrs. It is well run, clean, very comfortable beds. The staff is helpful. More light in rooms; teabags would be nice. Argan oil toiletries

I was here on business and only stayed one night but, I work in the Pan handle frequently and will definitely stay here again. Everyone was super friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Room was clean and quiet. Nice pool area.

Right off the highway with a separate front building for breakfast and check in then the beautiful pool then the rooms. Rooms were clean and nice and the desk folks very friendly. Lots of green to walk your dog. We'll be back.

This hotel was a very pleasant experience. We had to evacuate New Orleans due to Hurricane IDA. We stayed at 3 different hotels and this one was by far the best experience we had. The room was very clean. The staff was very kind and professional.

I would sleep on the street before staying here again the staff was very rude and charged my credit card for things I never ordered and then charged 3 nights when I reserved 4 and made me pay again I was told I wouldn't be charged another deposit but I was!

This hotel is at best a $100 a night hotel, however the cost for my stay was $329 a night. The mini fridge was open and had smelly wet towels left in it and the floor around fridge was wet. I had to call to have someone remove the mess, but the fridge was never functional. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, room was not as cool as I'd have preferred, no matter how much I changed the thermostat. Explained to the desk clerk as I checked out and she said no manager was on duty and gave me the card to the GM for complaints. Emailed GM and he has not responded.

First someone associated with Best Western cancelled my booking a few hours before my arrival without notifying me or contacting me in any way. Then I had to go through and make sure I wasn't charged before booking again and I was offered a great rate at DOUBLE what I had previously booked it for. I ended up calling my business assistant to rebook through my company to get my company rate and had to stand in the lobby while doing so. While standing there I observed quite a few other guests checking in. None of these other guests were charged a smoking deposit but when things were finally situated and I was checking in she told me it was policy with no exceptions. Everyone whether they smoked or not was charged a $100 deposit that would be refunded if they found there was no smoking in the room.

Unfortunately we were late in making our reservation so there was only one room available that fit our needs: the handicapped room. The urine stench was overwhelming! The staff (a delightful young lady) was great and tried to correct the situation, but was unable. At best, I would rate this motel poor to mediocre. I didn't see the other rooms, but the overall state was at best fair. The motel is, however older.

Beds, pillows, toiletries are excellent. Room is very clean. Stayed near the back this time and could hear large trucks that were parked close. Dog quilts provided were nice touch. Stayed here last year when Covid restrictions were more intense. The bagged breakfast had various yogurts, fresh fruit and several choices of breakfast sandwiches along with juices, teabags, hot chocolate. The breakfast bar was dissappointing in that no tea or hot chocolate, no fresh fruit, only vanilla yogurt. Could smell bacon but none available either morning. No hand sanitizer available in dispenser in food area. Gloves were available but no sign to use. Had to travel with my small dog this time due to storm and flood problems in Louisiana. No dog poop bags available in outside container near back entrance. Reported this problem all 3 days without resolution. Charged $30 per night for the dog and no bags! Maid gave me a warning the first evening of check in to watch out for bears if I had to take my dog out at night. The garbage dumpster has a fence and gate but gate not kept locked. Need to improve on this along with health sanitation for people and animal waste pickup.

The location was great quiet and provided good service. The breakfeast was great. It allowed me to get the rest I needed at a great price. I would definately stay at this locaiton again if I needed too.

Def worth the money and would use again. Was served powdered eggs at breakfast but I recommend they change to liquid eggs. Hopefully they take that advice as it would make the stay better. Overall I recommend this place for your stay.

We stayed at your hotel on 4/11/21 and had some definite concerns. Firstly there were big signs about your covid safety measures. When we checked in one front desk person was not wearing a mask and the other one had a shield on. The cleaning people were not wearing masks. That is unacceptable. There were no locks on any of the hotel side doors which meant there was no security at all. The bottom shower rail was leaking rusty water into the shower pan. There was a unfinished spot on the shower ceiling from an apparent leak. All this and the front desk people were only concerned with getting us a pet blanket for our 2 small dogs. This was our first stay at Best Western and based on this experience it will probably be our last.

The property was poorly maintained from top to bottom. Mold was in and around our AC unit. Lavatory faucet leaked. The breakfast staff had limited kitchen area to prep/heat food items and the breakfast was always out of eggs, sausage, biscuits or gravy. They only had four (4) items to heat up, but did not have proper equipment.

Stayed one night on a road trip....room needs updating, old and dingy. Found a used mask behind the nightstand (gross). My eyes burn in the room. It's hard when your on the road and book through the Best Western 800 number. It is pet friendly. Did not feel safe in the parking lot.

It was a nice hotel with clean rooms. The parking was easy considering that I had a trailer with me also. It is located in a safe and quiet place and I felt safe and secure there. I would stay there again in the future.

The room was dirty, run down and needed a complete makeover. The decor was straight out of the 1980s. No breakfast was available and there were no vending machines. Overpriced for sure. No value for the money spent. Corporate needs to take a good look at this place. It used to be nice.

Hotel staff members are professional, helpful and so friendly. Environment is very safe and anyone traveling alone or with children will feel comfortable at this hotel. Always greeted with a smile. Will always recommend.

Time to refresh this hotel as it is really showing it's age. Also time to get a GM that will keep the cleaning crew working. I found an old wash rag hanging on my smoke alarm on the wall. No telling how long it's been there but really not good.

Hotel charged my credit card for first night stay before 8:00 am the day of check-in, before my arrival. Upon arrival another $100 was charged to my credit card as a "safe guard against damages". In over 20 years of travel I have never, until now, been assessed a "deposit" on a stay. Sure my credit card is presented as a guarantee against such non-sense or "incidentals", but never such a blatant and in what I would classify as an unethical practice.

It was a spontaneous stay but [they] were more than ready and able. They were cooking with gas waiting and "wide open." Outstanding folks, safe area, nothing that was overtly wrong. Just subtle enough to be considered "tasteful" and classy!

I came on this trip solo just me and my dog and wanted some peace and quite. This hotel delivered, my room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. It was a very quite location and when I checked in they were very friendly and even gave my dog a dog biscuit! We will be back again.

My wife and I wanted to take the kids on vacation to the beach and the hotels down there were too expensive. We were very impressed with this location with just a 25 min drive straight down to the beach and for 1/3 the price! I will be remembering this hotel next time I need and affordable vacation.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF.! Found this motel last minute and was charged $265 a night for 2 nights, had no other choice because Florida was open again and beaches were busy so they were “allowed” to charge this ridiculous amount. The motel it self was okay, your average motel. They charge $100.00 deposit, which is fine because we know we would not do anything to not get the deposit back. Few days later the deposit was charged and never released. When we called the motel they said we had smoked in the room and they could not rent it for 2 days. This is total rip off. I think they are charging a few people each day so they can make up for lost time during the closure. We tried to call corporate and they were no help either. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS MOTEL..THEY WILL ROB YOU.

Great customer service, clean room and property, felt very safe, small but nice pool, pet friendly, good value for the price, location was remote but not too far from beaches and other sites, loved the cute town of Milton. We would consider staying again.

This property is beautifully kept. I love all the magnolia trees, and the way it's all put together. The room that I had was set up for handicap which I needed. Went in the front office area nice and clean and smells great.

Our family was very satisfied with our choice of hotels during our vacation. All of the staff was friendly and Lindsey and Bhakti went above and beyond to extend incredible customer service. We enjoyed many beaches (Navarre, Opal, and Pensacola) while we were there.

I am a mom and granny who needed a night alone! It was a great experience. All staff was friendly and sweet. The grab and go breakfast was a perfect treat to take to the beach. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre are only 30 minutes away!

Our extended family all came down for a funeral. The attention provided to us and to details in our accommodations helped to make this sad trip as enjoyable as possible for everyone. The cookies baked for the guests each day are such a sweet gesture.

This hotel has an elevator. It has an ice machine. There was a (refunded) $250 credit card charge to prevent smoking in the room. The first room we were issued had evidence of smoking. The Receptionist issued us another room without issue. It's sad that smokers abuse hotel rooms! I would stay at this hotel again.

I checked a tenant into this hotel for 2 nights, of a 9 night ordeal of fixing her electricity in her home. An extreme diabetic she could not stay without air conditioning, she had just had surgery for a removal of a toe so I wanted her comfortable. This place did let me check in through a fax with proper id, used MY credit card. The tenant left the first morning at 8:30, but the second day she had taken medication, slept in and was 45 minutes late getting out. I was billed $50.00 extra. Used another motel the other 7 days and won't use this one again for my tenants, it was the closest to them.

I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to all friends and family! This hotel offers everything one would need on their trip. Weather it be a business trip or a family trip. We stayed here for both business and leisure! The internet is super fast with no connectivity issues! TV with plenty of channels! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for adults and kids both! Bed was super comfortable and staff was inviting and helpful! The GM was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out in every way possible!

I stayed here last month and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and pillows were so comfy. Coffee was great. I had to leave early for work. The manager accommodated an early breakfast to go for me. This was exceptional service. Room service was prompt and thorough. Right off the exit made this stop convenient.

The place is located in a nice area right off of I-10 in Milton, Fl. They are updating the hotel, but they gave us one of the rooms that had been updated and it was so nice. Staff was helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of options on the complimentary breakfast.

Keep driving. This hotel is terrible. We booked two nights here so we could visit our son in the service at NAS Whiting Field. We arrived late after a long day of travel. When we opened the door of our room we were hit with an extremely powerful smell of cheap air freshner - which can only mean one thing ... what are you trying to hide?? The smell was overwhelming but it was very late so we tried to settle in. Threw back the curtains to turn on the AC and the window was completely covered in condensation. Then made the mistake of removing our shoes - the carpet was wet. We plugged in phones, computers, watches - most of which were not charged in the morning because most outlets did not work. Our choice was to either pack up and move to another room in the morning (we had to leave by 8 AM for the day) and hope it wasn't equally bad or just pack and leave for another hotel. We asked the front desk about getting a refund for a second night. They said we would need to go through Expedia. Expedia said we needed to go through the hotel. Round and round - we left and we're still out the price of one-night's stay. Thank you so much Best Western AND Expedia for your terrible customer service.

I stayed in room 101. The location is not really optimal, as it is 10 minutes from most everything there is to do. (ie. Shopping, most restaurants, no banking nearby, etc.) It seemed inconvenient after an 8 hour drive. The light-blocking curtain was hanging down on the right side of the window. I climbed up and put the hooks through the notches in the remaining 4 glides to fix it. The TV is a little difficult to use, as the station guide provided does not correctly describe the way to access each channel. There's also no way to know what you are watching, because the guide and information options do not provide any information. They just bring up blank headers on the tv. The room could definitely use some better work on it than just patching, plastering and throwing a coat of paint around. There were dried paint flakes in various places around the room (ie, window, on ac unit, beside nightstand on floor,,...) Also, the bathroom vent cover could use some attention. Seams, creases, and repairs definitely show through a low-value craftsmanship. Although the functionality of the room was great, cosmetically...it could easily be better.

Me and family had a perfect stay at best western Milton ! Great hotel on hwy I -10 . Clean and comfortable room with great service! Did not enjoy the pool since it was cold but it looks clean and in great shape.

After eight hours on the road, it was great to find a welcoming place for the night. i really appreciated the staff's attention and service. beds were very comfortable, we were able to park very close to our room. breakfast service was very good. My son loved that he could make fresh waffles. check out was quick and the front desk even mentioned that breakdast was available.

Stopped here on our way to Disney . First we were given a room someone smoked in .(non smoking hotel) then given another room. The walls were so thin we could here the kid next door talking like he was in the room with us . Then we were given another room upstairs. Seemed ok was quiet but the beds well least just say the floor would have probably been more comfortable. Not many of the plugs worked in our room either . Management was nice and helpful but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Had an unexpected stop due to car trouble and with small children the staff was amazing. helped us order food and stay in the lobby until we knew what was going to happen with our vehicle. The mobile mechanic came late however the staff worked with us until we checked in.

The service was great, everyone was nice. They could offer a better breakfast, it looked cold and like it was made with fake products . The only other complaint was there was a bad odor in the room.Overall it was ok for a quick trip.

After driving 8 hours to a hotel I looked up on line,there were no smoking rooms, which the web site said there would be. This is the only hotel I have been to that charged for a servic dog. Stayed only because it was late and we were tired. Left early and did not stay a second night.

Most comfortable bed and the nicest people on this long stretch of road without many hotels. Definitely more affordable than Tallahassee. All the staff members went out of their way for me including the manager.

This is not a 4 star hotel! I was OVERCHARGED requested a refund twice however the young girl at the desk denied my request for an adjustment twice. They charged me $106 before taxes but when I booked it was $80. During booking over the phone I verbally confirmed the rate with front desk multiple times. The front desk never sent me an email to confirm my reservation so I have nothing to prove my quoted rate. I am a seasoned traveler but am new to best western, believe me when I make a purchase I know how much I am spending. We were driving cross country and planned to drive further but decided to stop in Milton because the price was right and we were tired. This hotel is maintained on the outside, but the rooms are dumpy, smelly and dirty. The room they put us in used to be a smoking room and they used an ozone machine to try and cover up the smell. Our room smelled like pepto bismo. The toilet had black grime inside the bowl, food splattered on the wall and stains on the ceiling. The furniture had been sprayed with a cleaning product but not wiped off. The desk chair was in the bathroom and the lounge chair was in front of the nightstand between the two beds. One of the beds almost sunk to the floor when you sat on it near the headboard. The luggage cart had two flat tires. The doors to go outside were unlocked all night. The front desk people were very friendly and tried to be helpful but they were very young and just don't understand. Room #128 very unhappy customer.

We were traveling home from Orlando and just picked a town to stop from the map. This location was only about a half mile from the highway. On first look, it was well kept and fresh. Check in was a snap and side access doors allowed us to get to our room without having to go through the lobby. The room was comfortable and what was expected from a national chain. Staff met was friendly and willing to answer questions about where to eat dinner. It is a bit away from town, but that also made it quiet for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good and set us up for the next day's journey.

Was charged 200.00 for smoking in room when the room was never smoked in during out overnight stay. Very angry ! Upon entering the room there was a very very strong smell of a deodorizer that I imagine was used to get rid of past smoke smell. The room I stayed in was a past smoking room. I made 3 calls to speak to the hotel manager regarding this and never received a call back. Very unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied with no response from management. I will be contacting corporate this week to find out if they are a francise or corporate owned hotel.

Fresh blueberries and strawberries for waffles. Pot of oatmeal with goodies to add. Indoor pool. Great staff. Felt more like home with staircase in lobby. Cozy room. Just outstanding! Great staff. Great stay!

A nice, clean hotel in a good location near our military family. Front desk staff member named Andrea deserves a special call out for going above and beyond! If I had one wish? I wish they had bananas at breakfast instead of just apples.

Our stay here was exceptional. The staff and property met our expectations. When we return to Milton, this will be the hotel of our choice. It was a great value for our experience. I highly recommend this propert for anf future guests.

It's one of the few nicely manicured properties in the Milton area. However, what separates Best Western are their friendly staff and pet friendly accommodations. Keep up the great work, always, and don't change you business model.

Nice place to stay in Milton Fl. Very clean. Staff was nice and helpful. My visit was for a funeral. Had made reservations only to have to cancel them. Then to make them the next day. Inn staff was very understanding.

The hotel was clean and inviting. There were some disappointing items such as the TV in the gym not working, no toner for the printer in the business center, no luggage rack in the room (one was brought when asked for) and the baggage cart we used was a little rickety. The staff though were exemplary! All the ladies I dealt with were helpful, friendly and cheerful. One was a standout for me, Ms. Amanda. She has charge of the breakfast area and did her job efficiently, cheerfully and unobtrusively. She was especially gracious when a guest pulled the tap off the waffle batter container, spilling the thick mix all over the floor and counter. The guest continued to fix her waffle and other stuff over Ms. Amanda while she was cleaning up the mess without care, apology or an offer to help. The space is comfortably enough for one person to manuever in and the space was crowded at the time with guests. Ms. Amanda quietly cleaned up the mess, changed out the batter and continued restocking with a smile on her face the whole time. I know I could not have been as gracious. So KUDOS to Ms. Amanda. I do recommend the hotel for the quality of its service, and amenities, just realize not all of the items are top of the line. Beds excellent, linen excellent, furniture OK. Extras not so much. Female staff excellent! (I had no dealings with any of the gentlemen on staff so have no opinion of their service.) Breakfast fare quite adequate. There are a couple of items in a hotel room that shows me that the owners think about the guests. One is the shower head is one that can be hand held (that also helps the staff in cleaning as they can spray the space down). The other is a mirror on an extension arm for those guests who can't get close enough to the big mirror to see clearly while shaving or putting on makeup (those of us that wear glasses). There's a full length mirror in the entry way yes, but the lighting for all hotels in that area is inadequate for that purpose. Overall good for the price.

We stayed at room #110, I guess we had bad luck this time. The room has a bad mildew odor possibly from the AC unit. The AC was running full blast when we first checked into the room. After a few hours the AC would only blow at half capacity. We were tired and slept through it. We brought to the front desk attention the next morning, they sent a tech to check it out. The tech said it was an older unit but did NOTHING to remedy the problem and they refused to switch us to a different room. Third problem both of my girls had mysterious bug bites on their legs and hand. I got bit on my leg too. We sucked it up but left real early the second night.

This hotel was nice and clean. It seemed fairly new. I stayed in a building behind the main building. It bothered me a little that the front door to that building was not locked all night and not in view of the lobby. Seemed a little unsafe although I had no issues. Standard free breakfast. Good coffee.

I was immediately greeted by a very nice young man upon arrival. The hotel is quite clean. My room was very comfortable. My only surprise was the pylon sign that was unlit as well as almost all the parking lot lights. It was like driving into a black hole.

Extremely helpful staff. They were very friendly, and offered us much help and attention. Nice hotel, clean rooms, great amenities. Laundry services available. If you are traveling with a sports team, I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. They room was tidy and clean, as were the bathrooms. The wifi was fast, although I had a few connection issues, I still wouldn't classify it as a major issue. The front desk were very friendly, especially the GM. Would not hesitate to stay here again and I'm very happy about my stay!

Great service, they had variety of choices for breakfast. Rooms were clean and large. Best hotel for the price I've been to. Locations is 20 minutes for the beach. Location is quiet and secluded from major traffic so it's quiet.

dog crap in the room, broken chair,no ice for two days, and smoke oder in the room.I was told the room would be deep cleaned and there would be a good discount for the stay,when I returned that evening there was still trash and dust on the counter over the microwave, and the discount was just $49.00 out of $322.00.

This place was very clean and had wonderful front desk service. Was traveling home from Christmas holiday and chose this place. Was glad we did. The price was good and they except pets. Will stay here again.

This is an older but nice hotel. Very nice staff, rooms clean, and fast breakfast is okay. I like the quiet and location to a lot of things. Everything in this area is overpriced but if you look for discounts you can get a better deal most of the time. I stay multiple times here a year.

This is my second time staying here. The service is always great and the breakfast is always wonderful. Easy access to Pensacola dining and highway. The seasonal rates are definitely the only bummer as we stay a couple times during the year.

We were impressed with the prompt and very cheerful service, room cleanliness and extremely clean pool. We were so surprised to have a microwave and refrigerator in our room. We needed an early check-in and they delivered. We are now Best Rewards members.

After a 12 hour drive stopped at Best Western in Milton, Florida. Was welcomed by front desk person who was beyond bubbly and greeted us as friends or relatives. She was actually the GM of the hotel and was exceptionally effecient and helpful to two tired guests.The next morning we had a delicious breakfast. We were thanked for our stay. We definately will stop there every-time we cross country to visit our son in Texas from Daytona area in Florida

Very convenient to the location I was going. Very quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and friendly. A great nights sleep with no traffic noise at all. The location is placed well for a quiet restful stay.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Courteous staff at check in, clean room and comfortable bed. Really like sinks in and outside the bathroom. WiFi worked well. A few cons: no pillow choices (all foam), a noisy and not very efficient air conditioner and hard to move shower doors. Hopefully the hotel will resolve the AC and shower door issues. The hotel was convenient to I-10 and about 10 minutes from restaurants in downtown Milton and the Blackwater River. Very nice area.

Stopped for the night travelling across country. Was pleasantly surprise how clean and neat hotel and property were maintained. Room clean , pool lovely and breakfast was good. Staff were all extremly pleasant and friendly. We would definitly stay there again but next time we would ask for a non smoking room.

We were in an accessible room. It was absolutely the cleanest room we have EVER stayed in anywhere!! The check-in staff was so pleasant and helpful. They knew who I was when I walked in the door and had everything ready for me. The breakfast was very nice. We highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are in the area. We would choose to stay here every time!!!

I was headed home to ATL from a week on the panhandle, and I decided to stop for the night, and chose the BW Milton Inn... the hotel was immaculate, the staff very kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. There was a great workspace with an adjustable chair, a king bed with luxurious bedding and four pillows, a coffee maker and refrigerator, and a nice well-equipped bath. The staff were very friendly and always had a kind word and a smile.

From the moment I called to make the reservation, the rep on the phone at the front desk was super helpful. Then when I checked in, Holly was more than helpful at the front desk. Jut stayed one night, but will def be back there soon. Room was really clean, and the shower was larger than most, great feature. Breakfast was typical, and the overall experience was one you should have if you ever find yourself needing a night in Milton.

I haven't stayed at a best western n a long time and I was very pleased. My wife is a smoker so we rented a smoking room. Usually it stinks but this time I could hardly tell it was a smoking room. Staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Will be back.

It was only a one night stay because it was close to my final destination and it was a great stay. The room was clean, the bed/furniture were all in good shape, the bathroom was really clean and everything worked (great water pressure in the shower), the place was extremely convenient for my purposes (1 minute from I-10). Got a chance to try out the air-conditioner for a little while: quiet and efficient, the room cooled off pretty fast since it wasn't really hot outside. The breakfast was hot (standard fare:scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns) and plenty of it, the place was fairly packed overnight so the "breakfast lady worked her tail off keeping up with the cooking, serving and cleaning (really good job). Hard to believe the couple of negative reviews I see here, my stay was about as good as it gets. It's now my 3rd Best Western stay at three different locations and I've been suitabily impressed, 10 years ago I would have slept in the truck rather than get one of their rooms; the standard I've seen across the 3 different motels (two states) leads me to believe they've "returned from the dead".

I booked the room 6hrs before I checked in, when I got there the lady at the front desk told me they only had smoking rooms available because all non-smoking rooms were booked ( and yet the parking lot was completely empty) I log back in to best western website and they had multiple non smoking rooms available, she stuck to her word. She then handed me a can of odor spray and said “If the smell gets too bad you can spray this”. The hotel was only two floors, smoking was on the second floor so as I walked elevator I noticed all the first floor doors which are non-smoking were wide open, clean, with not occupied. WiFi did not work that well. And for this hotel the price was over priced, I paid $105 when I should've only been paying around $50-$60

This hotel was a stand alone when we got off of the interstate. But it was clean, had large rooms(we had king room). Staff during both shifts were very helpful. Only thing there were not a lot of places to get a bit to eat.

Paid $20 extra for pet room, carpet turned feet and socks black. Room smell was horrific. This was a shame since beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Have stayed in other Best Westerns pet rooms and this is not the norm.

Very clean hotel with comfortable bed. Clean bathrooms were great. Cindy at front desk made checking in and out easy and quick. Parking was well lighted. Juice machine was down but the eggs and bacon were great for a hotel breafast

This was a comfortable place. The pool is an outside pool dividing the office building from the building with the rooms in it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it did seem cramped. I was surprised that their rates were the same as the Holiday Inn Express rates which was located about 3 blocks away. I had a comfortable stay and would recommed this for travelers when the weather was nice and you could sit out by the pool.

I try to stay at this property every time I come to this area of Florida. The staff is friendly, it's easy to check in and out. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

My husband has been staying in this Inn for almost three weeks because he was attending a driving school close to the hotel. Yesterday one of the workers either stole his phone or left the door open for someone to snoop around long enough to steal his iPhone. Either way, the manager Cody, was extremely rude to me, would not talk to me about it and refused to speak to me because it was my husband in the room, not me. The management refused to help me in any way,including assist in lodging a police report. I called back to ask if they would talk to the four people who cleaned yesterday to please look and see if they could find the phone in the room, under the furniture or somewhere, in hopes someone would have a change of heart. I have yet to get a response. We let our guard down, and now we're missing an iPhone. This is not a good neighborhood so keep that in mind for this long Thanksgiving weekend. It's probably best to go somewhere else where the employees and management are a little more accommodating if you have a problem.

Came to Milton for a Wedding. Hotel was nice for the price, Beds are super comfortable. Staff was excellent. rooms had Internet, USB connections, a small mini frig, and a heat lamp in the bathroom. First time at a Best Western in many years. My opinion of the chain is moving up.

Off of I-10, not many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was awesome, rooms clean, staff very friendly. Room was spacious and the washer/dryer on-site helped out a lot as we were evacuees of Hurricane Michael and stayed eight days. Worked remotely from the room the entire eight days with no issues. Great place to stay for extended business or while traveling.

I had no idea that there were hotels that still allowed indoor smoking. While this property is clean and the rooms are updated and comfortable, the smell of smoke was overwhelming throughout our stay. Apparently (signs posted) smoking is only prohibited in the elevator. I'm guessing that's to be in compliance with State law. So, if you're a smoker and you need a place in Milton, FL, this place is for you. If you're a non-smoker, look elsewhere.

My family traveled to see the beach and rented two hotel rooms for our big family. Both rooms were clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the breakfast was what you'd expect from a continental breakfast. All around, it was a great stay!

Good afternoon followers. I did not have a good stay. I was able to secure a reservation through one of the online vendors. So, I got the last opportunity to stay and got there pretty late. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Checked in, got my keys and directions to the room. I got into a hottest elevator I have ever been in. I get to the room and walk in. Its all smokey with cigarette smoke and I am a non-smoker. I asked for a non-smoking room and paid for that. I go back to the front Desk to complain. I was told there were no other rooms that I could be put in due to the hotel being booked up tight. So she supposed to be giving me money back, but later I found out that they couldn't do that because of who I booked through. I was promised to be moved the next day. So she suggested some kind of smoke order remover spray. I tried it. It didn't work. I was having a hard time breathing and I never got any sleep. Left for the day and came back to a new set of keys and another room. Late again and cut on the lights and there were roaches crawling on bedroom area sink and floor. Well, nothing can be done. I did send a complaint to the hotel and the vendor. Nothing has happened and no response to my comments. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL OR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Stayed for a weekend while family visited. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hallways needed vacuuming though. Housekeeping always spoke and did a good job with daily cleaning. Elevator needs some type of fan, very humid in there. Breakfast was nice, a lot of options including waffles. The pool looked nice but we were unable to get to it due to rain and schedule. Had to stay in smoking room due to late check in but it did not smell like smoke and we were grateful. We would stay here again.

Door would not unlock; reported to front desk and they were totally indifferent. Eventually noted my concern since the place was booked, and provided limited help. No offer to discount stay either, which was quite expensive. Thought about doing an AIR BNB stop for the night; next time that will be the first plan.

Stopped here along our cross country road trip. We booked over the phone with Best Western and had a two bed room. Once we got there they told us they were al out of two bed rooms. We weren't thrilled with the news and the front desk woman was less than helpful. We eventually got a “suite”. Nothing special and we were only there a night. Plus side is that it is per friendly.

This place was only a minute off the Interstate, really easy to find, had plenty of parking, and was meticulously maintained. The grounds were spotless and well kept. The staff got us into our room quickly and professionally. Pool area was very clean with tables and shade umbrellas. The room was great with large screen TV, comfortable beds, and easy access to parking, soda, and ice machine. Breakfast was good and more than adequate with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurts, cereals, breads, juices, coffee, and milk.

Had a slight problem with the room after check in and the friendly staff moved us to another location. Rooms are clean but the hotel is starting to age...needs minor upgrades and repairs. Food is okay. It's a little pricey and things are a bit away from this location but it is close to I10. Overall a good place to stay.

We stayed here for one night while en route to Navarre Beach. We had a 2-double bed room, and it had more than enough room for our family of 4. The room had a microwave, single-serve coffee pot, and refrigerator. There was also a safe in the room. There was an ironing board and a hair dryer; the hair dryer was a 1500 watt unit. The shower had good water pressure, but our toilet was tough to flush; it probably could have just been adjusted in the tank. Bath products were generic hotel brand. Business center and fitness room were on the second floor. There were food/drink machines by the elevators on both floors. Breakfast was waffles, baked goods, eggs, sausage, yogurt with toppings, and fruit. There was also cereal and juice. The pool looked really nice, though we didn't use it. I noticed there was a lift chair for the pool as well. I'd stay here again.

This hotel was great. More then I expected. I would stay here again. If you coming for a WINGING at NAS stay here and enjoy your self. I really was surprised at how nice the Best Western was. I would recommend this place to anyone.

BW Milton provided a great stay for our family and Labrador puppy. Room was as requested; first floor and near the exit. Property has ample space for dog walks plus it sits on a nice quiet country road that allowed for mile plus morning and evening walks.

I could not be more pleased! The staff, Brittany and Cathy made me feel welcome, Top notch!! The room was pleasant, bed and pillows were comfortable. TV, large with good sound. Internet, high speed. The amenities, WOW! In the cantina you'll find oatmeal, cereal, waffles, biscuits, sausage gravy, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, syrup, yogurt, apples, Naval oranges, bananas, coffee, variety of tea and juice. Delightful

A well run and clean hotel with a very courteous staff. We struggle finding "clean and decent" hotels that accommodate pets and have smoking rooms available. This hotel met all of our criteria and was a wonderful place to stay. In fact we have stayed there 4 times in the last 4 months and the cleanliness and service have been superb during each visit. The staff here is excellent and made us feel appreciated and welcomed. Great breakfast and excellent location, just off of I-10 in a quiet and serene location.

Everyone at this hotel was so nice and always ready to help with any questions we had from places to eat or things to do around the area. We were here for family holidays so this was great only 8 miles from my brothers home. Close to shopping and the beaches.

I was met with a huge smile as soon as I walked in by a young lady named Miana. I immediately felt welcome and after talking to Miana, I felt like any expectations I had would be met. Very clean and comfortable room. I was exhausted from a long drive and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

This is an exceptional value for a Best Western Hotel! It seems to be a new facility and I was very pleased and comfortable. Also close to the Florida beaches but without the beach front prices. Enjoyed the large screen TV for my college game day! The staff was quick to notate my Best Western membership status and gave me a discount and wonderful room, as well as helped me with finding a restaurant that would deliver. Highly recommend this stop along the way!

We booked nonsmoking rooms. When we entered our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We mentioned it to staff, who told us all the rooms are like that because smoking rooms are above the nonsmoking rooms, and the smell just wafts down to the first floor. It certainly does! Clearly there is a problem with the ventilation system. But the staff did tell us we wouldn't get in trouble for our room smelling like smoke. No kidding. So our choices were smell smoke all evening or pack up and leave. I know what our choice will be next time.

Had such a great stay! My wife a I's first stay at a best western! Very clean rooms and friend staff!! The hotel being pet friendly for $20 is amazing and convenient for our travels between Florida and New Orleans.

This was a great find! It was close to the interstate, but just far enough away to not hear it! The rooms were spacious, clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast had a nice assortment of hot and cold items. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back!

This had to be the best Best Western I have stayed at in many years. Clean rooms and friendly staff made it an enjoyable stay. It is located far enough from the interstate that the traffic noise is not heard.

I would never stay at the Best Western in Milton again. Unfriendly staff, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The evening staff was very unhelpful, didn't want to do anymore than they had to. The evening front desk staff answered there personal cell phone as I was trying to check in. DO NOT STAY!

This hotel had a nice price special through Hotels.com. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was done pretty well with a goodly amount of choices. All in all a good bargain and choice. The only negative was the shower was lukewarm at best, which I forgot to tell them when we checked out.

I stay here when I visit family in the area - used to be a different chain. BW bought it and spruced it up nicely. Several family members stayed and had a couple of housekeeping issues, but our stay was fine. Will stay again!

I stayed there 7 nights. The beds were wonderful, the staff amazingly helpful & loved my dog:-) Who wouldn't! Lol Nikki checked me in at 4am, she actually rescued me from a hotel, that was a big mistake! During the day SUSAN and the other wonderful ladies at the front desk took care of my every need! I will be moving to the area, I will definitely stop by just to say hi! You WILL not be disappointed! The waffles are the best I've had! The lady that worked the breakfast area was amazing! Never stopped 1 min & made sure everything was fresh and restocked!

If you are visiting Milton or East Milton stay at this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Not too many local places that I would stay. This is a safe haven. Clean swimming pool, and Dominos delivers. It's a bit out of town but priced right and worth the drive out of town.

Was happy to see a clean lobby with local attendants working the desk. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Except trash can in bathroom not changed. Also the AC showed it was set at 64 but never got below 74. Was looking forward to the breakfast. It was minimal but I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't expecting curdled milk either for my cereal. Kind I lost my appetite after that. Not much to chose from around here. I've stayed at the Holiday Inn also and would give that two stars. Might be better to keep driving into Pensacola.

Great staff, Nice Hot and Cold Breakfast, Clean Rooms with microwave and small Fridge and coffee maker. Pet Friendly, Nice outdoor pool. Close to town and right off the interstate and quite for a Great sleep. We stayed 2 days. Washer and Dryer on site for guest. And we got all of this for a Great Price on Trip Advisor.

Stayed here during a recent business trip. The staff members were pleasant and provided excellent service. The front desk clerk offered dinner suggestions as well. The room was clean and comfortable and offered a variety of pillows. The AC worked correctly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The pool was nice and clean and provided a relaxing end to an otherwise busy day.

Very clean and nice hotel and rooms. Surprisingly quiet yet near a busy road and just off I-10. Near enough to Pensacola and Panama City plus the Blackwater bike trail. Pillows were comfortable, hotel looked rather new, pool was great. Minor issue was that breakfast area was detached from room area.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, the staff are friendly and the hotel is close to many areas. The property is very close to the freeway and it is only 30 minutes to the Navarre beach area. Breakfast is just average but it is good and they start at 6 am. The property is very clean but they could use more outdoor garbage cans. The staff members are quick to resolve issues and are very nice and friendly. We stay here about once a month.

Stayed at hotel for business. Received one queen bed in a room that is the size of a walk in closet. Sooo uncomfortably small that I might have to switch hotels. Asked to be moved to a larger room with a king or 2 queen and was advised that there was nothing available and these rooms were booked for the whole week. Would not recommend this hotel. Room claustrophobic.

The hotel was about 35 minutes from the beach area we wanted to go to. It was worth the drive because of its quiet, central location. The staff was friendly and very professional. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

The BW product is really great not just for the price range but overall. Very clean, friendly and safe. We stayed at several BW during a road trip and were equally impressed with every one. Would definitely stay here again, no hesitation.

Bad AC unit in the room and it smelled of cigarette smoke despite being called a non-smoking room. The hotel appears nice enough in the lobby and common areas. However, the hotel room itself was not worth the cost. Although it was Memorial Day weekend and other hotels were booked, we were certainly overcharged for the quality and location of the hotel.

Made reservation online in Orlando, then drove over 6 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. Went upstairs to our room but the door would not open. It was as if it was locked from the inside. Went back to the desk and talked to the lady about it. She said sometimes the handles hang up and did not have another non-smoking room available. Asked for refund and left. While walking thru the parking lot we looked up and saw that the lights were on in that room (maybe it was already occupied). I'd also like to note that the whole building smelled like smoke. We are loyal Best Western customers, so despite the fact that we were exhausted, we got back in the car and drove another 25 mins to the BW blue angels in Pensacola.

The staff was excellent. However the room had a stale odor and the bathroom was filthy. The air conditioning only kicked on twice the entire 12 hours I was there and we had it set to the lowest temperature setting. We spent the entire night trying to keep cool enough to get at least a little bit of rest before driving 9 hours for the birth of our first grandchild. I mentioned it to the woman at the desk when we checked out and i got a simple apology but no offer to make things right. I am a frequent visitor of the BW chain. I was incredibly disappointed this time around.

This use to be a Comfort Inn that we stayed at many times before it changed to a Best Western. We were very pleased that it was just as nice, if not better. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice staff. Price was very reasonable. The only negative comment I have is that the breakfast food could be better.

I stayed at this hotel on my way back to Tampa. This hotel is easy access to the interstate. The room was quiet and clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. There aren't many restaurant choices in the immediate area.

I found every thing to be good except my room had repairs that should have been made but nothing major. Just some things that could be done to make it look finished. I also would chose a more suitable type of bedspread. One that is softer and not so stiff. But each person has different tastes I am aware of that.

We made our reservation through the app and transaction was quick and easy. We checked in late and were met by a friendly front desk staff person. Everything was clean, updated, comfortable and the employees were all super nice. Breakfast was delicious, wide variety and my kids loved the outdoor pool.

Stayed here for business trip, which made for a comfortable, quiet place of refuge at the end of each day. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient; room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

New motel with Easy access to the interstate. Upgraded to a King Suite upon arrival (Diamond member perk). Only 20 miles to the beach, but $50+ cheaper than beach side. The staff was gracious. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We'll be back!

We needed a pet friendly room for one night. $20 extra to have pets, and the restrictions were 2 pets with maximum of 80 pounds per animal. Great beds and shower. Ok breakfast. Would stay here again if needed.

We stayed 3 nights. Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Every one there was nice & helpful. Each morning they had something different for breakfast along with the regular items. On Wednesday evenings they put out a good variety of snacks along with soft drinks & beer. Located about one half mile off the interstate on left it is easy to get to.

Great staff, great facility, pet friendly, and great location. The area was very quiet and away from the city however not too far. Breakfast was delicious and beds were very comfortable. Pet friendliness here was a major plus and kids loved the pool.

On a long road trip from the gulf coast of Florida to La. we stopped at the Best Western. Angela P. welcoming,personable and gave me what I requested. Nice property,.well lit and comfortable quite room.Stayed again on my return trip and got the hotel lotto seeing Angela P. again.

After having reservations somewhere else & the rooms were horrible, we decided to check out and drive an extra 20 minutes to stay here. This hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly! Will definitely be coming back next year!

We recently spent 5 nights to attend our son's winging at NAS Whiting Field. We were traveling with a 70 pound dog, so accommodations were limited. BW Milton Inn surpassed our expectations for friendly staff and ideal setting.

We stayed here on our way to Disney World. Rooms were very clean and spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rates were very fair. We would definitely stay again at this location, when traveling through the area.

I was in the area visiting family and had stayed at a different hotel on my previous stay. Booking my stay was painless and they accommodated my request for a late checkin with no issues. Upon my arrival, I was greeted very pleasantly by the front desk staff and directed to my room. As I was about to attempt entry to the hotel with my room key, I was intercepted by the same front desk clerk, who'd accidentally given me the wrong room number. She gave me new card keys and I went to my room without incident. I reserved a king sized smoking room; I was very happy with my accommodations. There was a working refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very nice, entire room was clean and comfortable. I was able to adjust the air conditioning to my liking and I ordered dinner from a local pizza chain to my room. I was very happy with the service there and with a delivery person. When I was not visiting family, I was working in my room. The Wi-Fi was not the fastest speed but I was able to log into it and finish what I needed to do. I did not visit the pool or the breakfast but I do plan to stay here on my next visit in the fall. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one looking for a good deal, especially smokers. I felt safe and secure traveling alone...as a smoker I did not feel like I had to go outside by myself.

My family had a condo booked in Navarre starting on Saturday and we were driving from Atlanta we didn't want to waste our whole first day of vacation driving so I looked for a hotel close to Navarre and reasonably priced for arrival on Friday evening. After looking in Navarre the prices were not good so I found this place that is only a little over 30 minutes to Navarre Beach. Read some other review and skipped over the disgruntled traveler ones and decided to book. Check in was very easy and the front desk ladies were very nice. Indoor corridors. The room was clean and not too dated. Beds were clean and comfortable. After turning the AC cooler it did take in a bit to cool the room off to a comfortable temp. But after that unless you want your room to be cold enough to house penguins it was fine. The over all area was safe. We parked outside of our hotel window. We ordered Dominos that delivered to the hotel in the middle of a crazy storm (see my review for them) for dinner we were comfortable and full and ready to sleep. The next morning we took advantage of the free breakfast. It is your typical hotel breakfast ...cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, juice, milk and coffee. No wow factor but hey it was free! My family travels a good bit and I would say this hotel is comparable to any Country Inn and Suites, Holiday Inn etc that level of hotel. Just because it doesn't have the big name doesn't mean it isn't nice or worth the stay. This worked out perfectly for my family and we would stay here again.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were putting in new wifi while we were there so that was good. Cookies baked in the afternoon was a sweet touch. The major fallback for me and my family could have been avoidable on our part, but we were looking for a last minute room and took a smoking room thinking that since we didn't smoke it wouldn't be that bad. The stale smoke smell wasn't that bad, but the fact that our neighbors were smoking continuously, it seemed, was awful. Every time they lit up the smoke came in our room somehow and was horrific to be in. It was as though we had walked into a smoky bar. I'll know better next time to not take a smoking room thinking it would be ok. One more down side was that the air conditioners do not work well. No matter how low you turn it it stayed around 75. So hot and smoky was pretty bad. It is only 20 minutes from Navarre beach and that was great.

I was really impressed with this hotel! My husband, myself, and our two dogs stayed at this hotel while in Milton, FL visiting family. Honestly, we stayed at a nasty hotel that was more expensive than this one our previous two nights in Milton/ Pensacola, FL. Luckily, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel the next day. We were delighted by both the service from the staff as well as the facility itself. The rooms are extremely spacious, VERY clean, and well decorated. The location is safe and very close to the highway to reach Pensacola Beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

The place was awful the staff was rude and mean and terrible I would never stay here again in my life the toilet would not flush I called the front desk and all night nobody answered probably six in the morning someone answered they came up to my room and one to show me how to fix the toilet lift up the lid on the back of it and he said here I'll show you how to fix it I said no I don't know how to fix it I wanted to work very disgusted I was leaving they wouldn't take anything off the bill for my inconvenience wanted to put me in another terrible room I wasn't going to have and when I didn't like the room and told him about the toilet problem they said they were going to call the police on me because I'm the one that was a problem terrible terrible terrible place I give it a zero out of 100 I would never stay here again
